« A super welcoming place to stay »

This hotel by far, has the most welcoming and friendliest staff we have encountered in a USA hotel in a very long time. The front desk team made us feel like old friends instantly. Given this was another day on our x-country road trip, we appreciated the ability to check in a bit early. Comfy bed. Good towels. Outstanding breakfast included. We loved parking right next to the room. Easy walk into the main part of town, but away from the hustle/bustle.

« Nicest Hotel in Eureka Springs »

I've stayed at 2 other hotels in Eureka Springs. This was the nicest. of them. It is close to downtown and restaurants. Room was very clean and up to date. Shower was great. Seemed like there was a lot of room.

    « Nce Hotel »

I stayed here the last couple days and the hotel was clean and well kept and the Gazebo Restaurant was great. My waitress everyday was a nice woman name Donna who was excellent. The entire staff there was friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was good and the breakfast buffet was great. WIll stay there when I go back..

« Eureka Springs Best Western »

Nice proximity to downtown area. Very clean with great service! Lobby area very clean. Guest rooms were very clean. Bathroom very nicely tiled and seemed very new. Hospitality was great and buffet breakfast was very good. We will stay again.

« St Patricks Day weekend »

This was our 3rd stay at this hotel. It has was wonderful, as always! Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was perfect and server and manager were wonderful. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Cleaning staff was friendly and very helpful.

« Excellent! Extremely friendly staff!! »

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable. They are basic rooms, nothing luxurious, but worked perfectly for our family! It looked like they were also updating and repairing other rooms, which may resolve some of the other reviews on here regarding dated rooms. We can only say positive things about our experience here. Every single staff person we encountered was extremely kind and generous. The complimentary buffet style breakfast with staff that served your drinks, etc was fabulous. The food was delicious. The hot tub was very warm and provided a great activity for our daughters. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Eureka Springs! Also, although I did not use the rooms or equipment, the fitness room and the conference room area looked very nice.

« Another great stay in Eureka Springs »

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Eureka Inn for our spring break trip. We have stayed here before and were happy with the updated room. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast is a full breakfast buffet that is much better than the cereal and pastries that you get at some places. We like the convenient location that makes it easy to walk into town. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit.

    « 2018 Family Spring Break Vaca »

Never stayed at a Best Western prior to this but there weren't many options that I felt safe so we booked two rooms each with doubles. The night crew were nice and welcoming. However be sure to count everyone in your party when checking in because they will issue you breakfast vouchers and you do not want to miss out on their breakfast! The cafe that serves breakfast is too cute but do know that you MUST enter through the front where you checked in to access it. Our waitress was named Donna and she was the absolute sweetest person. She might as well have been the concierge as well as she advised us on where to go, who to ask for and what not. Now to the food, they had eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits with homemade gravy and sausage, fresh fruit, oatmeal and grits, pancakes and other options too. The best part was that the food was delicious!

    « Old and tired »

Not sure about the comments regarding updated rooms. Our room was not! Old worn furniture, musty smell in room, very hard mattress and a disgusting large stain on bed spread. Not a pleasant room at all!! If they did have updated rooms it makes no sense that they wouldn't put us in one as the occupancy was extremely low.

    4
    « Spread out »

The hotel is spread out over several buildings. Some of them are being remodeled at this time. Has a very nice and reasonable priced restaurant. No breakfast bar. There is a conference center that is part of the hotel. My room looked like it was recently remodeled. There was an enterence of the parking lot and a rear door that opened on to a balcony ran the entire length of the building. My room was quiet and plenty of hot water. The blanket and spread could have been thicker since I like sleeping in a cool room.

    « Winter getaway »

Came to Eureka Springs for a one day trip. We didn't know that almost everything in town is closed in the winter. Check in was very easy. The manager checked us in. He made sure that we were signed up for free gift card promotion from Best Western. I thought this was very nice. He gave of tips for what restaurants would be open. The temp outside was in the 20's with freezing drizzle. We opened a bottle of champagne and spent the night in the Jacuzzi. The bed was very comfortable, mattress was excellent. Room was very clean, no dusts bunnies in the corners. Next morning had complimentary breakfast at the Gazebo Restaurant. Food was good, bacon was actually cooked all the way, crispy. Do not like limp bacon. Good variety of food on the buffet. Will definitely stay here again.

    « Great place for girl's weekend »

Making reservations was effortless, Jed returned our calls, made sure that we had adjoining rooms for our girl's weekend. Rooms were extremely clean, quiet. Breakfast buffet was awesome, delicious coffee, an a full, hot breakfast. Vicki, the hostess, was lovely. Very kind, and we felt as if we were in her home for breakfast. Will definitely be returning!

« Once again my stay was comfortable »

Every year I go to this Inn for a conference and every time, I am comfortable sleeping better than I do at home. The room isn't fancy but very large compared to most hotels. The staff does a very good job with cleanliness and being helpful and friendly. The connected restaurant is open for all meals and is very tasty. The Inn is also located close to all the downtown shopping and local stores and everything you might need like a health clinic, pharmacy etc.

    4
« Great Place to stay »

It was a great place had all the things we needed, great location wonderful breakfast, helpful staff. Would go back. Close to shops and restaurants lots of information at the front desk. Rooms were clean and parking was easy access in and out.

    4
    « Nice renovated! »

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Hotel because of the very helpful and friendly staff. Also, the hotel was in a premium location and had been renovated so well that we at first thought it was a new hotel.

    5
    « Last Minute Comfort »

My husband and I were on a leisurely drive through Arkansas during a Thanksgiving holiday. We were getting close to Eureka Springs and decided to spend the night there. I made reservations 2 hours prior to our arrival. The front desk personnel were very helpful. The parking lot, lobby and exterior of all the buildings were very clean and pleasant to the eyes. I would stay there again when traveling that part of the country again.

    5
    « Nice stay! »

Room was nice and clean. Soft bed with lots of pillows. Breakfast buffet in the restaurant was fantastic and free with vouchers from the front desk. Only con was that there wasn't a microwave, but there is a mini fridge. Staff was very nice. Would stay again.

    5
    « Very accomodating »

The staff was friendly and very accommodating to our large group. Breakfast was Excellent. Staff gave us a large room to gather in before the wedding so we could get a game plan on. Everyone was so accommodating.

    5
« Hot tub seats about 8 people. Hillbilly heaven! »

Very pet friendly with a fee but if you stay often they'll waive it. Hot tub is in a heated building by the large pool and is usable year-round, it's huge. Incredible free breakfast in the main building Not cheap-- $100+ but if you're a couple the breakfast is worth $30, so it's actually a bargain. I go here for weekend get-aways!

« Harley Riding to Eureaka Springs to Eureka Inn »

This is a Great hotel to stay when in Eureka Springs. They have a Great Breakfast buffet. It is located in the best place for all of Eureka Springs access. The best part is that it is Biker friendly! They even have a bike wash so you can wash your Harley after riding all day on the many nearby scenic byways that this area has to offer. It's a wonderful place for Bikers. Nice swimming pool & Hot Tub also

« We enjoyed our stay here! »

The staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast was great! My kids enjoyed the pool while I enjoyed the hot tub! It was a great location as well. We went to Main Street often as well as cave tours outside of town . We will choose to stay here again!

    5
    « Great Location »

Great location in Eureka Springs. Clean rooms and surroundings. Quiet. Very friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast buffet with friendly wait staff. Great Hot Tub. Pool was closed for winter. We love to hike, and front desk clerk was excellent on providing info on trails within the Historic area (shop and hike at same time) as well as areas surrounding Eureka Springs. Really appreciate this knowledge. I had been to Eureka Springs several times and had never realized there were hiking areas right within the historic area.

    4
« Clean, quiet and friendly »

We have stayed here many times and have always been pleased with our stay. The staff and management are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good and included in your room price. The facilities are clean and sell maintained. Ample parking. Close to Main Street. Trolley stop is adjacent. A good nights rest.

    5
« Best Western Eureka Inn »

We have stayed at plenty of Best Western's in our day, but this one was outstanding. Clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff and by far the best breakfast we have ever had at a Best Western or any hotel that gives free breakfast.

    5
    « Good Value »

I have been staying at this hotel for years. The rooms have always been clean and the staff friendly. Breakfast provided is the best I have found in this price range. The only real downside to writing this positive review is that it might make it harder for myself to get a room in the future.

    4
    « Exceeded My Expectations »

I was visiting Eureka Springs for a weekend event. The hotel for the event was full and none of the reviews for independent hotels in the area were compelling. I have had pretty good results in the past so I chose the Best Western. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was not luxurious but very clean, updated and comfortable. The room rate included complimentary breakfast which was above anything you'd find at a Hampton Inn or similar. Although the rooms have exterior entrances, they all face away form the main road so noise was limited. The grounds are well maintained and the ES shuttle picks up right at the hotel if you want to avoid the hassle of parking in the historic area and it is a hassle. My only drawback were the pillows; not as comfortable as I would have liked. This is no Ritz Carlton, but for the money and compared to other options in the area, it's a great choice.

    « stressful evening »

Room was clean and breakfast was good. It was all you can eat including meat. The trouble was getting into the hot tub (3 tries to get the gate open). Called and went into lobby, no instructions are posted anywhere and It had a two part latch I've never seen before. Then I Turned the tv on to get a pink screen. after trying for sometime to use the remote to fix the problem I called the operator who said to unplug the orange cord behind the tv and replug it in. It worked but don't think I should have all the aggervation for a room costing over $100 a night.. I'm 56 and almost got my arm stuck because I dropped the cord behind the dresser.

« Fall Getaway in Eureka Springs Arkansas »

Clean comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast buffet. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The grounds were well kept and the landscaping very pretty. It is conveniently located and we will certainly come back!

    « Wife's birthday »

We have been going to Eureka Springs for the past 23 years for my wife's birthday. This was the first time to stay at the BW Eureka Inn but will not be our last. The hotel is starting to show its age in the rooms but still nice. The location is excellent & has a great hot breakfast. The staff & manager were the best. They made you feel welcome & attended to our every need before we asked. Very good value

    5
« Service and Cleanliness Raise The Bar at this BW. »

A bit dated but one of the cleanest hotels we've stayed out this year. Even registration area was very clean. We were so impressed with how kind both the check in gentleman (10/20/17) and the check out lady (10/21/17) were to us. Both very congenial and helpful...genuinely so. Our breakfast was included and honestly, we didn't expect much as hotel buffets usually aren't much to write home about but this one was really good! Again, clean and many options and our server was so nice - all smiles and kept our drinks filled. FREE BREAKFAST and still great service. Very impressed across the board and would stay here again as many times we pay more only to find dirty rooms and unfriendly staff. This Best Western was truly the opposite. Highly recommend.

« Quiet, Comfortable and Conveniently Located to Sites »

Our family stayed here recently while in town for a family reunion. The hotel is very well-located, and a short walk downhill into the historic downtown area. Trolley stop is located at the front of the hotel, as well. Very quiet location, with the hotel set back from the street and up a short hill. No road noise at night, despite being a very busy weekend in town. Beds were comfortable and clean, as was the rest of the room. We ate breakfast each morning at the hotel (which was included with our room), and it was a delicious buffet with amazingly fluffy biscuits! Restaurant staff was very pleasant and accommodating, as were all the hotel employees we encountered. The manager, Jed, was very helpful in arranging for our group to utilize a meeting room to gather for some evening festivities related to our family reunion. All in all, a very pleasant trip and quite happy with our choice to stay at this location. I would book again, if we are ever in town.

    5
« Stay at the Eureka Inn »

Facility was clean and updated, staff was friendly, efficient, and patient. Utilized Meeting Room for group activity, and it went very well. Breakfast Buffet was very good, rates were decent. All went well

    5
    « Convenience »

The trip was to visit the Eureka Springs area. Hotel was right on main road into Eureka Springs and very close to the local transportation system to include a stop at the hotel. Left the car parked and let the system take us around which was hassle free

    4
« Best Western always a good stay »

Our stay at Best Western was good as always. The decor is a bit out of date, but no biggie. The beds are very comfortable. The staff is always warm and helpful And those biscuits are to die for on the hot breakfast buffet. So yummmmmmy!!!

    5
    « Best Best Western! »

The is the finest regular Best Western (rather than BW Plus) that we have visited. The town was full for a fall festival, and this motel was also full. But we were treated with full respect and you wouldn't otherwise know it was full. The hot breakfast was included and the best I can recall at either a regular or BW Plus motel. The personable general manager, Jed Bullock, rolled up his sleeves and personally serves and does other things in the restaurant. Other waitresses Donna and Vicky (we stayed 3 days) were wonderful. We've stayed many places in Eureka Springs before, and I'd say this is the best.

    5
    « Great stay!! »

This is a great place to stay when planning a motorcycle ride in Northern Arkansas. When you come in off the road this is the kind of hotel you want to stay at. Clean with friendly staff and well located close to everything.

    5
    « Breakfast »

Great breakfast that comes with room purchase. Room are clean, comfortable beds, coffee in room. Pool is nice towels provided, hot tub is a great way to relax. The desk manager gave us several different places to shop and eat.

    5
    « Corvette Weekend 2017 »

This is a big event weekend in Eureka Springs. The hotel manager visited with many of the guests to make sure everything was as expected or if they needed anything. The front desk staff was friendly as well as the restaurant staff. We see some of the same staff each year and it is very nice to feel welcome and know that they value your return business.

    5
« Great place to stay! »

A great place to stay. Staff is very attentive. Breakfast is outstanding! The property is clean and updated. Beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were very clean. The management was present on site every day to insure everything was prefect!

    5
    « Best breakfast! »

Nice clean rooms, friendly helpful staff, best breakfast buffet ever. Made our first visit to Eureka Springs a wonderful adventure. Definitely coming back to this Inn! No complaints for this stay...we really enjoyed the southern hospitality and they accommodated our group with ease.

Great breakfast in the Gazebo Restaurant. Charming Victorian decor. Hotel was in a great location and was very comfortable, Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. .

    5
« Great Eureka Springs vacation »

We have visited the area many times and have stayed at this motel many of those times. Always a consistent and great place to stay. Great value and the breakfast is incomparable. The location is convenient to downtown but gives you a little breathing room. Great staff.

    5
« Excellent food at Myrtles and clean, efficient rooms. »

We stayed here for a vacation trip and found the best food and a great hotel right here at the Best Western. The staff was excellent, the rooms clean, and the food at their restaurant was outstanding! I would highly recommend staying and dining here.

    3
    « Not A Great Hotel »

The pictures looked nice but the rooms weren't Anything special, small and needs yo be upgraded. The beds were very Uncomfortable. I couldn't sleep at all. The breakfast in The Gazebo resturant was very good buffet with a waitress the best part of the hotel. We won't be back to stay here. Hotels need to upgrade their beds especially when they ate Higher than Hilton chain hotels.

    3
    « good location »

The location and breakfast at this hotel are great! The beds were very hard so it was tough to sleep good. The staff was about average there were a couple that were rude and a couple that were nice but nothing exceptional.

    5
    « Great value! »

We only had one night to spend in Eureka Springs on a long trip, but our stay at this hotel was part of a very enjoyable day there. Our room was basic but clean and comfortable. Every staff person we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and great! Miss Vicky was exceptional in taking care of us in the restaurant! This was a full buffet, and delicious--not the typical continental pre-fab items you might expect in this price range hotel. We would stay again and recommend it to our friends.

    3
« Nice property hard beds »

This is a beautiful property with a wonderful location. The staff went out of their way to help me with directions and everything else. The pool was pristine and large in a lovely spot. The rooms are a little small, but adequate. For me the problem was the bed. It is was very, very hard. I checked out after one night. When they replace the beds,it will be the best choice in Eureka Springs.

    5
    « Wonderful place! »

My husband and I stayed here last week, and it was wonderful! The staff was beyond helpful and friendly, and the the restaurant was excellent along with the staff. I would recommend this place to anyone, my husband travels all over the US and he said it was one of the nicest places he had stayed.

    4
    « great stay »

very friendly ladies at front desk able to help with all questions great location, breakfast buffet was super and it is in the price of room. we were there for bikes blues and bbq. our rooms weren't ready when we got there so they held luggage in office until rooms were ready.

    5
    « Great BW! »

I stay here each year for Bikes, Blues, and BBQ. I have the best experience every year. The staff has remained the same, and every one of them are extremely polite, accommodating, and really make the stay pleasant.

« Relax in Eureka Springs »

For a 1st time visit to Eureka Springs, AR this hotel was very good. Great location and close to everything. Ghost Tour of the historic CRESCENT HOTEL was really good. A bit dated room decor but a tasty and full breakfast buffet to choose from. Very friendly restaurant & hotel staff.

    4
    « A very good location »

This Best Western has a lot to offer. Good location, and the staff is top rate. The rooms are on the small side, but clean, and comfortable. Very nice clean heated pool, and the hot tub is inside. The only thing we noticed was due to the large number of motorcycles it was very loud in the parking lot all night. I would advise requesting a room on the inside facing the pool.

    5
    « Great hotel! »

This hotel was very nice, very clean, great staff. The full buffet breakfast was the best I've ever had! The only less than perfect thing about it was a not so great bed. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

    5
« wonderful family reunion at best western eureka inn »

we stayed at the best western eureka inn for a family reunion. all of the hotel staff were extremely helpful. we were given a meeting room to use while we were there. the rooms were clean & comfortable. the breakfast was awesome. the hotel is within walking distance to the downtown. there is also a tram stop right in front of the hotel if you would rather not walk. we will definitely stay here again.

    « Great leisure stay »

Fun get away with friends an this hotel was great for our stay from location, swimming, hot tub, trolley to downtown an hot buffet breakfast in a.m. Great service! We hope to be back in future, very accommodating.

    3
« Friendly, clean, above average complimentary breakfast »

Eureka Springs is blessed with two Best Western hotels, this one in the process of updating its property. Regardless the rooms are clean, staff friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise with more than the usual scrambled eggs, greasy bacon. Each guest is seated and wait upon by a very attentive staff. Impressive. Note, the Best Western Eureka Inn has a complimentary breakfast, the Best West Inn of the Ozarks does not.

    5
    « Anniversary trip »

The hotel staff was amazing. They were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included in the room price, which was very reasonable was great. We wnt for our anniversary and we are glad we did. We will return and recommend to friends and family.

    5
« Great Time in Eureka Springs. »

Had a wonderful time. The hotel is on the trolley line which makes it very easy to get around without having to drive yourself. Staff is very helpful and great at suggesting things to see and do. They also gave excellent directions for restaurants and out of the way sites and attractions. Breakfast buffet was good. Eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, and wide variety of fruits.

    5
    « Friendly and enjoyable »

Best staff around. They really care about you and making your stay pleasant. The rooms are clean. A free buffet breakfast with every night stay. It's awesome! They take time to listen to you. They are just around the corner from historic downtown.

« Hard Bed and Sensitive Key Cards »

A coworker and I stayed in separate rooms at this location and decided individually to buy air mattresses after the first night because of how hard the beds were. Also, out of 4 nights, I had to get my key card re-keyed twice because of how sensitive it was. I've stayed at hundreds of hotels and have only had an issue with key cards at the Best Western properties in Eureka Springs.

    « Eureka Inn 8/31/17 stay »

Due to a change in airline flight, arrived at hotel considerably later than we planned. It was after midnight. We were warmly received and glad to get there. Room was spotless and very quiet surroundings. Breakfast was in a cute, gazebo themed restaurant. The buffett was more than we expected and there was something to please everyone. Enjoyed the trolley that stopped right at our door. It made it very easy to explore Eureka Springs.

    4
    « arkansas »

hotel is very convientient to downtown, easy to find. room was very clean and comfortable staff were very friendly and professional, could suggest bench near doors on outbuildings for people to set in when smoking outside.

    4
    « Wedding reception »

Drove down from MO to my friends wedding. Her reception was held in one of the business rooms. The staff was incredible and made this a memorable event for her and all guest! The food for the reception was amazing and abundant. My only concern was my fiancé and I were placed in a handicapped accessible room and the hand held shower head placement was very inconvenient for him being 6ft. The staff in the dining hall was awesome. The food was delicious and filling. We enjoyed our stay and would rebook here if we go back to Eureka Springs.

    5
« Truly worth the money! »

We have chosen to stay at the Best Western Eureka Inn, Eureka Springs, Ark. while on vacation . We find it very clean, the pool, although chilly, is beautiful and welcome after a long day (days) of travel. The staff is helpful and courteous. We did find our room had a wet dog smell when we first checked in. After we sprayed the room the smell dissipated.

    4
    « Wonderful breakfast »

Older hotel, but super nice staff and wonderful breakfast buffet! Really one of the best breakfasts we've ever had in a hotel! Another bonus, it's very walk-able to all the downtown shops, so you don't have to mess with parking.

    3
« Not bad for the price.... »

This is an older hotel but it is very clean and neat. The breakfast is fair & the coffee is perfect. You can get a cheaper hotel, but then you'll have to pay for breakfast and it'll end up costing you more - so stay here! The pool area appeared to be clean and neat, but we didn't use it. Great location in Eureka Springs.

    4
    « Good stay »

Great breakfast. Restaurant buffet style. Eggs, pancakes, cereals, chipped beef, etc. No elevators for 2nd floor. Clean. Central location. Very friendly front desk staff. Looked like a great outdoor pool.

« best western eureka inn »

This is a great hotel in Eureka Springs, AR. Walkable to downtown (if you don't mind to walk hills), hot tub, swimming pool. and quiet. The staff were more than willing to accommodate me in any way they could. Went out of their way to do so. Bed was comfy, shower was great. Breakfast could be improved upon. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

    4
« Nice place, great location »

Nice, clean place to stay. The Front Desk staff was very friendly and helpful.Beautiful area for riding motorcycles. Only regret was I didn't have more time to enjoy the area. I will plan on coming back for the bikers, blues and b-b-q ride in the fall.

    5
    « Very Nice Stay »

Good Location, very convenient to dining and downtown. The property is well maintained, and our room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. WiFi worked great. Nice flat panel television with good channel selections for late night viewing. Bathroom area roomy and water pressure fantastic. Very nice breakfast buffet. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

« Good service and good value »

The staff at this hotel really go out of their way to help you. The rooms are clean, but they need updating. The breakfast is served in a restaurant setting, and the food is quite good. Vicki was our server and she couldn't have been any nicer. Pam works at the reception desk. She is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and she is eager to be helpful. All in all, this hotel offers a lot for your money. In addition, the hotel is on the trolley route so it makes sightseeing very easy given the fact that driving and finding parking places is so difficult.

« Great value and great comfort »

Our room was very clean and fresh, well appointed, and comfortable. The staff were congenial and professional. Location was ideal. The trolley stopped in front of hotel and took us throughout the community. It couldn't have been more convenient.

« Beautiful grounds, great breakfast and close to historic area »

My wife and I always stay at this motel when in Eureka Springs. The pool area is very nice and many of the rooms open to this central court yard. The breakfast is a full hot meal. You can catch the trolley nearby or walk down the hill to the historic downtown. Air conditioning worked great.

    « Very nice »

The hotel was clean, everything worked, all employees we met were very nice. The breakfast was very good. The pool and hot tube were clean and well kept. We selected this hotel on the fly as we were traveling and were not sure where we would stop but being a Best Western we thought it would be good and we were not disappointed.

    « Hotel like Home »

Beautiful Victorian decor in lobby and restaurant. It was so nice that this location was unique and did not have the same old corporate feel. When you go somewhere like Eureka Springs you want it to feel historic and not everyday. Hope they keep the unique gazebo and paintings in the dining room, the lovely antique furniture in the lobby and classical wallpaper that make you feel like you've stepped back in time. So refreshing. Nice clean rooms. good size tv. Everything was very clean and tidy. Maid service was excellent. The pool was a nice size and very clean. No diving board, which I liked because there were no big splashes from kids. There are plenty of chairs around the pool to lounge in too. The hot tub is large enough for 8+ people. We used it every night we were there (4) and it was never crowded. Since I have arthritis that makes traveling difficult, the hot tub was essential for me and helped me rest well. All of the other guests were very kind and we enjoyed visiting with others. The motorcycle couples were very careful to not disturb others when they left early in the morning and a lot of fun to talk to-they gave us great directions on places to see. The staff members were friendly and so quick to please. My favorite thing was hearing the guy in the kitchen singing as he worked! Made you feel like everyone wanted to be there. The staff helped us understand the trolley routes and recommended where to get off and on so we could see everything we wanted and I would not have to walk uphill, which is difficult for me. Hotel is quiet and off the road a little even though it is located at the crossroads before you enter the historic loop. Great location. Easy to navigate in any direction. The breakfast was outstanding. I reserved this hotel because it had the hot breakfast and others in town did not. We were not disappointed. Great eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, oatmeal, fruit, breads, pancakes, and more. Our only complaint was that the bed was a little too hard but we were told they are replacing the beds. We will return.

    « Great Stay! »

We have stayed here many times through the years and it never disappoints. From the friendly people at the desk when you check in to the clean, nice sized rooms, all is great. The pool area and the landscaping are all very well kept. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. It's kept fresh, filled and clean throughout the breakfast hours - which are the longest hours we've ever experienced anywhere. The selection of breakfast items is also the best, both in quality and number of choices, that we've had anywhere. It's evident that they take great pride in the breakfast buffet. The people serving drinks and who check on you periodically are also greatt! It's apparent that management hires for people skills and attention to detail here.

    « Felt like home! »

The hotel lobby staff were extremely friendly and courteous and happy to see us each time we came in which is unusual these days. They explained all of the hotel amenities and breakfast buffet fabulously. The waitresses we had both days of our stay were so sweet and kind, they treated us like family and made a great start to our day! And the breakfast buffet was amazing, so much to choose from and everything was delicious! Our room was very nice and smelled fresh and clean not like a "hotel" room. The beds were very comfortable slept better than in our own bed!!

« Cute hotel, pool, and Jacuzzi tub »

This hotel if very cute and fits in with Eureka Springs. We enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi tub. The bed was a little hard but the room was clean along with the rest of the property. We had an issue with other guest smoking and the smell getting in our room. Management got us a deodorizer for our room and even comped part of our stay. Overall it was a great experience. The breakfast buffet was amazing.

    « Nice visit »

Which has this hotel for a second night in town after having stayed at the Crescent the night before. We found the staff at this hotel to be much more friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom was very tiny but it served its purpose. For me the beds were entirely to firm. However my mom and aunt really enjoyed that the beds were so firm as they couldn't sleep in the very soft beds at the Crescent the night before. So I guess it's all a matter of preference. They have a lovely pool area and the jacuzzi is the best I've ever seen in a hotel. We would have loved to been able to enjoy it more than we did. I didn't feel comfortable going into the jacuzzi with my 13 year old girls the first time we went out there because there was a group of about 15 men drinking heavily in the jacuzzi room. Even though signs are posted saying to not drink or smoke in that area it was not enforced. Those men moved into the parking lot after 9 so we ventured back out into the jacuzzi. The pool and Jacuzzi area were otherwise empty. After about 5 mins a different man not with the group got into the jacuzzi carrying 5 tall beers and started smoking. The girls and I left back to the pool. He followed. Standing over the pool smoking. So we went back to the jacuzzi and he followed again. We chose to go back to our room. I understand the hotel can't control creepy guests. I do wish someone would walk by occasionally and enforce the no alcohol and cigarettes in the pool though. Breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed it more than the breakfast we paid $17 a person for at the crescent the day before.

« Great stay at a great inn »

This was the nicest stay on our recent trip to Arkansas. The Inn itself was spotless, the breakfast was delicious, the staff was accommodating in every way. The location was perfect for a walk into downtown Eureka Springs. If you don't care to walk, the trolley will pick you up in front with tickets you can buy at the front desk. The people who work here seem genuinely nice. What a refreshing stay!

« Anniversary Trip to Eureka Springs, AK »

We celebrated our 63rd Anniversary in Eureka Springs and chose to stay at the Best Western Eureka Inn. We were not disappointed. The staff was great from the front desk, to the Gazebo Restaurant, to the cleaning crew. The breakfast was outstanding and the breakfast crew was extremely hospitable, warm and friendly. The manager of the Gazebo greeted us daily checking on our visit and offering suggestions of places to go. I only got one name, Vicki Patty, but and she was outstanding. Also, there was a mother and daughter team who served us so graciously. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

« Its a nice Place to stay - Clean »

It's a nice place and very convenient, the Trolly pick up is there and it's close to either end of town. For only 2 days it was ideal for us. We only stayed two nights - but it was quiet and clean. And Centered right on the middle of all the highways to go any where.

    « A Great Men's Getaway Weekend »

A group of us from our church traveled to Eureka Springs for a weekend of motorcycling and general camaraderie. On the advice of some of our group member who had stayed there previously, we booked into this hotel. The breakfast is outstanding! Even I, the gluten-free one of the bunch, found PLENTY to eat from the buffet. The wait staff was fantastic and went well above the call to make sure we were taken care of. The room was plenty big enough for us. The A/C worked great (and I like it pretty cold at night!) We had a great time in the pool and hot tub. All were adequate size for our group and the other guests. Having some designated motorcycle cleaning rags available was a nice touch! The only thing of note I would mention is that exiting the parking lot can be a bit risky. The hotel is situated in a fairly blind curve and it seems that most of the drivers going by are in far to much of a hurry! Overall the location is great - close to historic downtown and plenty of places to eat within just a few minutes.

    « We loved everything! »

« Again, a good stay at a great hotel. »

This is our second time at the Best Western Inn and once again we are happy with the stay. Clean rooms that are comfortable and a location that honestly can't be beat. Its close to downtown and on the trolley line as a stop. We will be back if we are back in the area.

Friendly staff and nice rooms make this a wonderful place to stay. Pool, jacuzzi and sauna are nice amenities. Full breakfast with everything from oatmeal to biscuits and gravy, something for everyone.

    5
    « Perfect »

Nice place to stay, on trolley run. Prices are reasonable and breakfast was better than most hotels as it was a buffet in a restaurant. Pool was large and hot tub was in a gazebo that being outdoors was impeccable clean

    « highly recommended »

Great location with easy access to town or the tram or trolley. Quiet at night. Bed was very comfortable. Pool is outside but very nice. Staff were excellent. Highly recommend the breakfast buffet. Do the tram ride when you first get in to get the history of area and places you'll want to go back to. Trolley all-day pass is a good deal since you'll pay for parking in town.

« Good clean motel in Eureka Springs »

We stayed here for 3 nights during our recent vacation to Eureka Springs. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating. The room was clean. It is an older room on the west side of the motel but it was clean and quiet. Our room had an outside entrance but was on second floor and we could see our motorcycle from the room. There was never a noise issue even thought the motel was full every night we were there. The housekeeping staff was great, even though we would make our bed before leaving for the day, she would make the bed up nice and neat and change out our towels. We will definitely stay here again. We are trying to get a room here for the Corvette Rally in October but for right now they are full during that period.

    « Everything was good »

Traveling with 2 dogs can be an adventure. We spent 2 days in Eureka Springs at the BW Eureka Inn. They made life easy. No hassle checking in. No hassle with the dogs. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Not uber fancy, but very nice. Breakfast was the best breakfast I had all of my vacation. Many selections, well cooked and top it off with fresh fruit. Wow. Location was excellent. Easy access to the historic district and restaurants. Right on the trolley route. Thank you for making this stop wonderful.

    « Weekend get away »

we found this place and it was just what we were looking for. It was within 4 blocks from downtown. The pool and hot tub was so pretty and clean as was the whole place. The prices were so reasonable and the staff was just amazing. So friendly and there for your every need. The Gazebo restaurant inside the hotel was great. They have a full hot breakfast every morning and Vicki Patty the Hospitality Specialist was such a joy every morning. I am sorry I didn't get everyone's name but they were all so friendly and looked like they really enjoyed what they did. I would highly recommend this place if you are traveling to Eureka Springs.

From the ease in booking multiple rooms to the time we checked out, it was a good experience. They accomodated our room request. The rooms were clean. The breakfast which was included, was fresh and hot each morning and the wait staff provided great service. The location was very convenient to downtown and other areas of Eureka Springs.

« Clean, Quiet, Considerate staff »

Our door was next to an outside entrance and ice machine, yet we did not hear any noise. It was very quiet. Very clean. We had booked for 2 nights and after the first night, although we were past time frame for cancellation, we were given a choice of whether to stay (and pay for) the second night due to the weather. We chose to stay. It was considerate of the staff to allow us the option of staying the second night without any charge for that night. We were very satisfied with out stay. There is a trolley stop at this hotel and the trolley system was very efficient in their services. I recommend the trolley.

    5
« Good quality and value »

The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean, the pool and hot tub were clean and maintained, free breakfast was very good for a buffet (not just continental), they were flexible with our departure date, gave us late check-out, and had the roll-away bed in the room when we arrived (as requested). Best of all the AC in the room was NICE and cold. Television system had a guide, not just the click through the channels.....Will be back for sure!

    « Not as expected »

We paid for a 2 night stay but ended up leaving at 830 on the second night. Air conditioner was not very cool and was not aware there was no elevator before paying for room. Staff was friendly just not overall satisfied with our stay

« Tired, needs updating - but serviceable »

Stayed here for a night while visiting Eureka Springs as a tourist. The hotel looks like it has not been updated in quite a few years. We had a 2nd story room with interior entrance. There was no elevator, which seemed odd - and a bit inconvenient with heavy bags. If you're not traveling light and are staying here, you may want to ask for a ground floor. Rooms seemed clean. Staff was friendly - although, at check-in, there was a couple in front of me, and I don't think I've ever seen someone take so long to check someone in as the nice, old - but incredibly slow - receptionist did. I could not figure out what on earth they were doing that made each step seem to take so long. It was almost as if they were etching the reservation in stone or something. Not a hotel that's going to impress you with visual appeal. But if that doesn't bother you and the rate seems good, it will do the job.

« Night in Eureka Springs »

Adequate BW motel with typical basic amenities. Room seemed clean but small, rather dark with one small chair. Bed was extremely firm. Did have refrigerator. Pool area was nice and the included breakfast was very good, far beyond the typical "free" breakfast at other basic hotel chains. Good location for driving access to downtown area.

    5
« Great place, best location »

Happy to have selected this hotel in Eureka Springs. It was well maintained, the pool and hot tub was great and the breakfast generous. We liked it best that it was walking distance to the center of town, easy to get in and out of. Only wish they had their own guest laundry facility rather than having to walk down to one.

    5
« Our go to place! »

We have been coming to Eureka Springs since 2006 and we always stay at the Best Western Eureka Inn. We love this place. It is always clean, the staff is wonderful and the breakfast is great! We will be back again in the near future and look forward to staying here again.

« Perfect place for the price. »

Stayed here during a motorcycle trip to the Ozarks. One of the cheapest hotels in the area and worth the price. Not a 5 star hotel by any means, but a great place to stay if you are cruising the Ozarks. Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, and the free breakfast was a lot more than the usual continental breakfast offered at most hotels. Breakfast was a buffet style, but there were a ton of choices. Not the typical boring buffet most places offer. I would definitely stay here again. It's also centrally located in Eureka Springs. Walking distance (10-15 minutes) to the downtown strip with restaurants and bars.

    « Missouri/Arkansas vacation »

We spent four days traveling Missouri and Arkansas, staying at Wyndham accommodations each night. It's always a toss up whether you'll be happy with what you get, but we sure hit the jackpot with Eureka Inn. The entire staff was so friendly and efficient and really made us feel welcome. They were very helpful showing us how to get around. The grounds were lovely and well kept. The rooms were clean and very comfortable (two sinks!). I'll mention as well they were indoor rooms, which I prefer. The breakfast buffet was the best I'very ever seen at a Wyndham establishment. All this at an extremely reasonable price. We will certainly be back to Eureka Springs (the entire population is good people!) and the Eureka Inn Best Western is the only place I can imagine staying at!

    « Great Hotel »

Very nice hotel, located within walking distance to downtown. The breakfast buffet was very good. The room was very clean. The staff at the hotel were all so very friendly. While we were eating breakfast on the last morning a lady came in holding a baby and one of the servers offered to hold the sleepy baby so the lady could fix her food. That was OUTSTANDING service.

Great bang for the buck, hotel is just up the hill from down town. Had a great time. Staff was great. Also in walking distance to legends nice bar. Hot tub was no joke. The staff helped us pick out some places to eat and shop. Very knowledgeable in the area and places to be.

« It was clean and nostalgic for us »

We had our wedding reception at the Eureka Inn and spent our wedding night there 18 years ago. The hotel is not changed at all. I'm fairly certain it has the same decor/carpet etc. It was clean and well-kept and very nostalgic for my husband and I. We walked the property and showed our kids around. I didn't remember this, but there is not an elevator in the building. Keep that in mind when booking/making a reservation. It was clean and did not have any musty or smoking odors. The breakfast buffet was excellent as was the service. The hot tub and pool were nice and though we didn't use them this time, we did 18 years ago and enjoyed them very much. :)

From Jed, General Manager to Sarah, Pam and Gideon at the front desk, to Vicki in the Gazebo Restauarant, we could not have been treated better! I was in town for a photography conference and was too late to get a room at the host hotel (sister property to this one) so I made a reservation at this hotel. « Wonderful staff and nice hotel »

We arrived early for check in and the front desk notified housekeeping of our arrival and they had our room ready in 45 min. We were able to check in at 1:45. Thank you! The room was nice and spacious. The bed softer than we are accustomed too but we slept well. We received a voucher for the continental breakfast offered in the gazebo restaurant. The service was Great and the food tasty. The manager was helping out on the floor since it was very busy. That is something you don't see much of. My husband and I will stay here again.

« Great place close to downtown. »

Great place! A little older but super clean. You can walk easily downtown but be ready for a hike up the hill to get back. The whole town is full of hills, so this one isn't much different, bring comfortable shoes. Great breakfast in the morning. Hotel staff is so friendly and helpful. They provide a map of the town and can provide help with activities.

« Very good for the price »

We got the special rate which was lower than the internet rate. For the price you have to overlook some issues. breakfast was so bad we skyped it the second day. Rooms are old but clean with good towels and basic amenities. The location is at the entrance of the town loop and you can take the trolley outside. Internet worked well. Good stay

    « Anniversary Trip »

We have stayed at this BW several times in the past and have always been pleased. The hotel is located on the corner of Highways 23 and 62. Hwy 23 takes you into the center of Eureka Springs. The rooms and facilities have always been clean and up to date. Lighting in the rooms and bathrooms has always been good. Wife says bathroom lighting is really good for her. TV had lots of channels plus HBO. There was no high speed WiFi in the wing were we stayed. The WiFi was sometimes sporadic, but always slow. Most times we used data thru the cell towers. The login and password were very simple and the data encryption level of the WiFi was weak or not present at all. It would be great if any internet service offered by any hotel was secure. The variety of items offered for breakfast were overall fair except that toast had to be requested. The first two mornings at breakfast the scrambled eggs were almost tasteless. The biscuits were over baked which made them dry and hard. The muffins and banana bread were also dry and fairly hard like they had been left out for a day. As each day went by breakfast got better; it may have been due to the cook that was on hand during our four night stay.

« Prepare to be treated well--and eat well at the BW Eureka Inn »

A nice convenient location on US 62 where it meets Arkansas hwy 23, the main street into downtown Eureka Springs--a nice walk or trolley ride to the historic part of town. I've been staying there annually in April for a vintage car group gathering, and I've never been disappointed. Rooms are nice--and large--a nice bathroom setup with the sink, toilet and shower in one room, and just outside that room is a second sink so two people can use them at the same time in privacy. Their breakfasts are by far the nicest you'll find at a chain motel. All sorts of goodies, well prepared and either hot or cold as they should be. The staff is always helpful--they block off a section of the parking lot for our vintage cars--and the rates are good too. Eureka Springs is a very cool late 19th/early 20th century resort town; if you're going to Branson, spend a couple of days in Eureka Springs; it's only an hour away and is full of interesting--and historic--places to see and shop.

« Best Place to Stay in Eureka Springs »

I have stayed here three times now with a group of friends with classic BMWs (1968-1976). The folks here are just fantastic. They are extremely friendly and try to accommodate everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is very close (walking distance) to the historic downtown district. They have the best breakfast buffet that I have ever had at a motel restaurant. The buffet includes everything you can think of for breakfast; scrambled eggs, potatoes, excellent homemade biscuits, real sausage gravy, sausage, bacon, pancakes, grits, fresh fruit, and breakfast burritos.

I had an excellent experience and would recommend to my friends and family. Convenient location to the trolleys. The Breakfast bar was off the charts for a complimentary service. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets thick and clean.

    « Always a pleasant experience »

Great accommodations, reasonably priced, excellent staff, convenient location. I have stayed here many times and never had a bad experience. The staff remembers me and takes excellent care of all their guests.

« Comfortable room with great breakfast buffet! »

The breakfast buffet featured good, home-style cooking. Several local restaurants deliver right to your hotel room. There is a sauna, workout room, hot tub, and swimming pool on site. The workout room and sauna are located in Building B (I believe) and breakfast is located in Building A. The desk worker was able to make great recommendations to local restaurants, and the town itself has so much to offer.

    « Best Overall! »

We have stayed with several hotels over the last 4-5 and Best Western in Eureka Springs has been the best! Simply the Best!!! Everyone was very welcoming and professional! The manager along with restaurant staff was amazing and friendly. Great location and great price. Everyone took their time and we never felt like we were rushed or in the way.

    5
    « Good service »

The lobby is being refurbished, but it in no way detracted from our expedience at this location. Rooms and breakfast were all very good. We would stay here again if ever in this area. Rooms were central to everything in town.

    « Great Hotel »

We've now stayed here 4 times. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff is always very friendly. Sara at the front desk is always friendly and greets you right away. They also give you a free breakfast buffet with each day you stay, and it is very good. The hotel is in a great location, right at the top of Main Street and within walking distance to downtown if you want or right on the trolley line. I will continue to stay here every visit we make to this beautiful town. We just love it here and visit 3-4 times a year.

« good choice in a crowded market »

Among the many choices in Eureka Spring we selected this hotel because of its location and available easy parking. This is a motel style hotel and the door had a problem with weather sealing that caused an air leak when it was a cold night. Even though it is located by the highway the room was very quite. Breakfast is of a good quality and the serving room is very elegant.

    4
    « Good Hotel »

Very nice hotel. It offers several breakfast options in a nice dining area. Staff was very attentive. The hotel has handicap accessibility but would like to see a ramp put in closer to the main building/dining area door for those who struggle with steps that are dropped off.

« Best Best Western we have stayed at! »

Friendliest and most accommodating Best Western we have stayed at ..The breakfast buffet was wonderful, and the wait staff was particularly attentative to our needs. All the staff was very friendly and helpful

    « Weekend get away »

Clean rooms with recently updated bathrooms, friendly staff and pet friendly. Decent breakfast buffett with attentive staff. Great location for shopping and dining. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends when we come back in June for Blue's fest!

    « Excellent & Very Friendly »

From check in to check out stay was wonderful. Breakfast excellent, very hot not your usual continental breakfast that most hotels offer. Very clean rooms and everything worked well. I am in the housing industry so first thing I do is check out safety hazards and was very well pleased to not have had any issues with this detail as in a lot of higher priced hotels....Would recommend to anyone that is looking for a clean, affordable and well maintained hotel that will not break your budget and give you 1 less stressed thing to worry about while staying in Eureka Springs.....

    « Porsche Palooza 2016 »

Stayed at this Hotel while attending a Porsce Club of America event as the event Hotel a half mile down the street was full. Good value, nice rooms, nothing fancy but clean and quite. Free Buffett Breakfast each day and attentive staff. Lots to do Eureka Springs including many small quality restaurants. Parking at the hotel was fine but downtown Eureka Springs can be a problem!

    « Great stay »

This motel is not a new motel, but you would not know it. It has been well maintained and we were surprised at how nice it actually was. Rooms are larger since older property and that was nice as well. The breakfast was a full breakfast buffet and it was very good. I would recommend this property without hesitation.

« Great hotel, excellent breakfast »

Very large, clean room. Free hot breakfast is very good. Lots of variety on breakfast buffet. Centrally located in interesting little town. Great area to drive sports cars Try the Oark Café in Oark Arkansas.

    « Good value »

Nice room, comfortable bed, good shower. Very friendly receptionist Pam who gave lots of information on the town. Best of all was the hot breakfast, lots of variety in a very quaint Gazebo decorated room.

    5
    « Caring, Wonderful Staff! »

I have stayed at this property four different times. Staff goes out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful stay. The breakfast is excellent, an all-you-can-eat buffet in the Gazebo Restaurant. The hotel is centrally located on the main highway in and out of town, avoiding the congestion and parking hassles of some hotels in the downtown area.

    5
« Stayed here with girlfriends for War Eagle weekend »

I've stayed here twice and both times we received the same superb service. The rooms are clean and beds fairly comfortable. They serve a full breakfast. The food and the servers are fantastic!! I anticipate I will stay here again if BW will send me my value points reward card. It's been over three weeks and I still have not received it.

    5
    « Quiet and Accomodating »

A 2 night stay minimum, but This is a clean well taken care of facility but we had no problems working with very friendly staff and housekeeping for our needs of getting around town. The trolley stops right in the parking lot to get you downtown and back so you don't have to pay for downtown parking. We had vouchers for full buffet breakfast which comes with your room stay. It was a good ole fashion everything you needed to start your day breakfas with juice and coffee that wouldn't stop. You will not walk away hungry and not just a continental breakfast. We had refrigerator in room and you could use the whirlpool room and workout room or sauna area to relax. We enjoyed the weekend. Would stay again, It was quiet all around the facility and well lit convenient to downtown.

    4
    « Weekend Getaway »

This hotel is in a great location, close to downtown. The king room is very comfortable. Lower level rooms are right at the parking lot, so if your looking for a more quite area try and get a room on the court yard side. The free breakfast is really good, not your standard continental breakfast. The Eureka trolley line stops at the hotel on the hour which is very convenient. An all day pass for the trolley which includes all trolley lines cost $6 for an adult. The hotel grounds are clean and nicely kept. The pool had been. Loses for the season but the hot tub and sauna were open. On our next trip we will stay here again.

« older facility lacks some expected features »

This is an older facility but well enough maintained. It lacks some currently expected amenities and features. For example, there is no lobby computer for guest use, no lobby coffee service, no microwave ovens in the rooms. The room bathrooms are cramped. The guest room is very dark with inadequate natural or electric lighting. Your stay includes a breakfast buffet each morning in the Gazebo dining room, but the breakfast is absolutely identical every morning. The buffet is a hybrid with some service and some self service. The guest gets his own food from the buffet but beverages are delivered by the wait staff. Location of this hotel is very convenient to Eureka Springs attractions, it is at the corner of Highways 62 and 23.

« Two night stat at Best Western, Eureka Inn »

Spent the nights of Oct. 27 & 28, 2016 at this motel. Found it to be clean, comfortable, and convenient. Breakfast is provided via vouchers for the restaurant, and was excellent both mornings we were there. Our room was in a detached building separate from the lobby, restaurant, and some of the rooms. Room doors opened to inside corridors, but outside doors did not lock, which was a bit disconcerting, but did not prove to be a problem. The building was 2-story, with no elevator which could be an issue for anyone with limited mobility. Trolley to downtown makes regular stops at the motel to pick up and drop off riders.

    « Eureka Springs »

This hotel is centrally located, clean and quiet. The hotel staff and manager are extremely nice and helpful. The complementary breakfast is a full breakfast and very good. We've stayed here several times and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

« Clean, comfortable and convenient »

We always stay here on our biannual vista to Eureka Springs. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff, especially Gideon, is courteous and knowledgeable. The breakfast for free is above average and the wait staff is efficient and friendly. We tried other hotels in the past but our search is over. The trolley stop is out front for the yellow and blue lines. Ample parking in a well lite lot.

« Great Hotel and Great Staff »

This hotel is very close to the intersection of Hwys. 62 and 23. It is well located and has a wonderful front desk staff who are to be commended for their friendliness and knowledge of the area. The room was extremely nice and comfortable for an older hotel, and I was quite impressed with the cleanliness in and around the entire hotel. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the Eureka Springs area. J. Randolph Smith Monroe, LA

« Great Place to Stay »

We stayed in a King Room overlooking the pool. Since it was late October, the pool was closed, but I noted that the pool was far enough from the rooms where noise would not be a problem. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The lobby was nicely decorated, Staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast buffet was outstanding. Everything you could imagine for breakfast. My husband and I were addicted to the bacon, eggs, and grits! We will keep this on our list of places to return,

    5
    « Return visit »

Great hotel with a great breakfast buffet. Eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, grits, oatmeal, breakfast burritos, fruits, etc. Comfortable, tidy room. Convenient to everything in Eureka Springs. Our "go to" place when staying in Eureka Springs. There was a mini-cooper rally in town and we saw some beautiful cars parked at the hote.

    5
« Good location, excellent breakfast, good value »

We are so glad we found this place. Very convenient location. The bus stops right in front of the hotel and goes all over town. You can buy a ticket and get off and on all day long and see all the main attractions. It was great to leave the driving to someone else and not worry about finding a parking space in the historic district. We stayed three nights here, we didn't use our car for two of those days. We've stayed in a lot of hotels and motels and have never had a breakfast that compares to what you get here. We'll definitely be back!

    5
    « Great hotel! »

We had a great experience at this hotel. The hotel clerks were very friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was awesome! There were many options-from eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, grits and much more. We would definitely stay here again!

    5
    « Clean and Comfortable »

I had a ground floor room that appeared to be newly refurbished. The hotel was nice and quiet and the breakfast was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was a little hard for my taste but overall it was a great place to stay.

« Excellent place to stay in Eureka Springs! »

If you are looking for an excellent location, a clean, well maintained facility with nice amenities including a wonderful breakfast buffet, this hotel is the perfect place. All of the employees are friendly, cheerful and more than happy to make sure you have the best stay possible.

« Fine hotel close to historic citycenter »

The best Best Western hotel I have visited. Very helpful staff, big hotelrooms, away from street noise. Very fine breakfast in restaurant, coffee served at the table. Very good value for money. The hotel are in walking distance from downtown historic Eureka Spring. Don*t drive down, no parking, take ½ mile walk.

    3
    « Overpriced for quality »

The bed was hard and uncomfortable. There were stains on upholstered furniture, raising questions??? The toilet valve was broken. I had to fix it after each use and didn't want to bother hotel staff After 9:00P.M. to find a replacement part, keeping us and possibly them up later. Mentioned it to staff at checkout and their attitude was like, oh well ya should've hollered. too bad! And then when I looked at the bill I was blown away! Paid $150.00 for a poor nights sleep and attitude! The breakfast was the only good part of the stay.

    5
    « Experience »

This is an older motel like most of the hotels/motels in Eureka Springs, but the rooms have be remodeled and updated and are very nice. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The breakfast is buffet style and the choices are very good. The waitress that brought us drinks and refills was super.

    5
« Great folks and food »

Everyone there from the front desk staff to the cleaning people and cooks were great. always helpful and cheerful. the breakfast was outstanding. the new pool area and hot tub was great. looked like the Corvette folks had a blast.

    « Clean and comfortable »

Rooms were very clean. Proximity in Eureka Springs is as good as any. It's a long walk or short drives to several good restaurants. Gaskins Cabin restaurant is a 5-7 minute drive and was the best on our two week trip.

    5
    « Our second time »

This is a very nice Best Western to stay in, the desk staff were very nice and gave us some great information about the town. The rooms were excellent and the included breakfast buffet was very nice. We will be back.

« We were here for the Looking Glass Corvette Club weekend. »

We have stayed here several times. We love it here. The manager Jed Bullock is exceptionally nice and very helpful with anything you need. He's a hands on manager. The breakfast Buffet is outstanding!! Our waitress/hostesses Donna and Tae were very friendly, always coming back to our table seeing if we needed any refills, etc.. Same for Jed. He asked us how everything was, did we need anything. The front desk is always smiling and so nice to help accommodate our needs. The rooms are nice, and I'm over the moon that they have added refrigerators in our room. We use to have to pay extra To have one put in our room. Nice added feature. The rooms are always clean. Grounds are very well groomed. You can hop a trolley into downtown Eureka which is fun to see. They also have a pool and jacuzzi. We will stay here every time we come to Eureka Springs. It's the Best! ??????

« Motor Coach tour to the area »

Our motor coach tour went to see the Great Passion Play in Eureka Springs which we enjoyed. The evening was beautiful, the outdoor drama of the story of the bible was extraordinary, and the actresses and actors were very talented. We toured the town the next day and got to see the Christ of the Ozarks and the Thorncrown Chapel. We loved this beautiful area and have decided to travel here again when we can stay for more then one day.

    « Leisure »

We were very pleased with the rooms, the staff and the breakfast that was included. The rooms were clean, the staff was courteous, and the breakfast was great. My grandchildren loved the heated pool and spa. When we return to Eureka Springs, we will definitely choose Best Western again.

    « Good price »

Good place, price, location, friendly staff, rooms are clean and neat.It was a quiet area, yet very close to all the attractions in Eureka Springs. Very pleased with breakfast buffet which is included in the room rate.

    « Disappointing retreat »

I led a retreat at the Eureka Inn. The room and food were very good for the price. The disappointment was from the manager. My assistant called the manager 3 times to book a meeting room for our group. He never returned the calls. Where or how was our group to gather? Apparently, he didn't care. The hotel is good for the price, but don't plan on getting any service from the manager if you plan an conference there.

    « Can't go wrong here »

Great location with comfy beds and pillows. Rooms are clean and updated. No microwave but a nice size refrigerator. Breakfast is a buffet with a variety of fruits along with pancakes, biscuits and gravy, crispy bacon and plenty of other options. The restaurant is one of the things that keeps up coming back, Donna (she's awesome) will serve you your beverages and they have real plates and silverware...nice touch.

    3
    « Its a Best Western »

First of all, its a Best Western. However, for a BW this was one of the nicer ones I have stayed in. The staff was very friendly. It had a very good complimentary breakfast bar, with lots of food choices. The rooms were clean, though a little basic.

    « Great Hotel »

I recently stayed at this hotel with a tour group and I was throughly impressed. This is the nicest Best Western ive ever stayed in and Id go as far as Top 10 hotels ive stayed in. The bed was soft, the pillows were very nice and the shower had great even pressure in a clean shower. The breakfast at the Gazebo retaurant on property was #1!! Breakfast ive had at a hotel. Ive stayed at Embassy Suites, Hiltons, Marriotts and this best western in eureka sprins was the best. Everything was seasoned and kept fresh on the buffet. This hotel has a wash station with towels and hose to clean off your bike or car of bugs near the pool. The man that runs this place is very nice and if I was in the area id stay there in a heartbeat.

« Customer Services is Where it's at! »

Many times we judge a hotel solely by the room. What made this visit so awesome were the two ladies at the front desk. They were extremely knowledgeable about the area, more than accommodating to get us all in the same building, and funny! Just charming women! The rooms were clean, breakfast had lots of variety and was in a good proximity to the sights we wanted to take in. For the little time we spent in the rooms it was a great value.

    5
« Breakfast buffet second to none..... »

Good quiet location. The room was large and clean. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have encountered in our travels. The only negative comment I have is that there are no elevators. Excellent value for price paid....

    « Above and Beyond »

My husband and I recently spent 3 nights/4days at this Best Western/Eureka Inn. The staff there was amazing. We had motorcycle issues and the manager Jed Bullock, went above and beyond to assist us in getting our issues handled. The restaurant staff was extremely friendly and service was amazing. Not to mention the food. Delicious. This was not our first trip to Eureka, nor will it be our last. However, it was our first time staying at this Best Western. It will also NOT be our last. Highly recommend. The only thing that I wish is that the rooms had a microwave. Other than that I am VERY pleased with hotel. Thank you Jed. We truly appreciate you. I loved this hotel. Not only is it beautiful on the outside with a wonderful swimming pool and hot tub, it is clean, has easy access and staff was great. It is in a great location about half way to down town and Passion Plan. Has resturants very close by. The lighting outside was nice so that if you would like to walk outside you felt safe. I will rebook on my next trip.

« Good Location, Good Value »

Good Clean Motel in a great location to see Eureka Springs. "Excellent" full menu breakfast is included in the room cost. This is a really nice feature. We have seldom found anything like this even in other Best Westerns. Make sure you include this BW in any trip to Eureka Springs!

    « Great Location »

This is a really good Best Western. The location is super to get to all the sites around Eureka Springs. There is a tram stop right at the hotel which is a great way to get around town with no worries on parking or navigating the narrow windy streets. You can purchase your ticket for the tram right at the front desk. Breakfast is excellent and staff is super friendly and helpful. Hotel is older but clean and comfortable. Really good stay!

    5
« Great Stay on our Overnight Trip »

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful, i.e. "make sure you leave for Ermilio's to be there at 5 p.m." Our room had an excellent setup for playing card and dominoes which is hard to find for some reason. The breakfast was one of the best we've had when travelling.

    5
« Hotel staff very helpful and facility comfortable »

The staff at this Hotel were very helpful and considerate. The hotel is an older facility that is well cared for. The hotel is well located with access to tram service and activities. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

    « We'll stay here every time! »

Our stay was amazing from the moment we arrived. The staff was friendly and helpful and our room was very clean and up to date. It came with all the amenities....blow dryer, mini fridge, wifi, breakfast, etc. The beds were comfortable and looked like newer mattresses. The pool and hot tub were amazing and also very clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a good variety. We will definitely stay here every time we visit Eureka Springs!

« Wonderful hotel and friendly, helpful staff »

Very comfortable bed, fantastic complementary breakfast buffet. The room was very clean and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I had forgotten my usb block to charge my phone, but located one on the new large flat screen TV. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool and grounds. I definitely will be back for another wonderful stay!

« Clean rooms, great buffet »

We found the room to be very clean, and the housekeepers made the beds and brought fresh towels daily. There was a pool and hot tub, as well as an exercise room. The breakfast buffet was not mostly starchy foods, but included scrambled eggs and meat. The motel was on the main street through Eureka Springs, central to shops and activities. The trolley to downtown stopped right at the motel.

    5
« Wonderful place to stay »

We recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Eureka Springs. It is centrally located. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very nice. But the breakfast is what made the stay great! The free buffet was delicious!

« Must stay in Eureka Sprgs. »

We went to Eureka Sprgs for a weekend getaway. I have not stayed at a Best Western in years and was pleasantly surprised by this facility. The facility was exceptionally clean and well maintained. All the staff seemed happy and eager to help. The breakfast was not your typical "free breakfast". This was a full breakfast that would have cost $10-15. If you are planning a trip to Eureka Sprgs this is definitely the place to stay. Value for price is great.

« Good place to stay. »

Nice clean hotel with a great breakfast. Great location and nice level parking lot with lots of parking spaces. Hotel is pretty inside and out. A very clean comfortable room. Was pleased with the price too.

« Clean, nice staff, but needs help »

Not a bad location. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is dated and in need of updating. Toilet in room wobbled badly upon sitting on it. Water line coming from wall to toilet tank was horrible looking. Carpet tack strip holding carpet down beside tile and near the sink was dangerous. Nail heads from tack strip poked through carpet and into the bottom of our feet when we walked directly on it. Water spigot in bathtub would pull away from the wall. The shower hand wand did not work. On the bright side, they had very good breakfast!

    « Great stay »

The hotel is about a 15 minute walk into town. Gideon, Sheila , Pam and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. Jacuzzi and 8 foot pool were refreshing. Breakfast was good. Nice to know they accept large pets for $15 extra a day per pet. I will remember that for next visit. Room was large. No safe in the room but area and staff seems trustworthy enough. Nice sized mini fridge. Plenty of parking near rooms. Good fitness room with sauna.

the staff are wonderful. I had never been to Eureka Springs and the staff had great advice at where to go for dinner and shopping. The breakfast was delicious, dinning room was clean, and the waitress pleasant.

    « Comfortable but dated »

The grounds were pretty. Large pool & sun deck, sauna & jacuzzi, along with exercise room and restaurant on premises - complimentary breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean but slightly dated - smaller bathroom. Would stay again as location is central and convenient to everything - trolley stops there too.

    « Relaxing stay »

I require two things of a hotel- a nice pool and free breakfast buffet. This hotel has both. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. Breakfast set up is unusual but the spread is awesome- the food choices many and so delicious. Wait staff very helpful and friendly.

    « Great experience »

Came in for a long weekend, friendly staff and great accommodations. Room was nice and clean. I'd definitely recommend and stay here again. Excellent breakfast buffet was included with our stay every day. Nice clean pool. Great location sitting right at the top of Main Street easy and fast walk into town, but remember it's uphill on the way back lol, or take the trolley.

Excellent service and appearance of hotel. Internet was very fast. The Breakfast and waitress was outstanding. I just wish that the hotel could offer more meals than just breakfast. The location of hotel was great, being close to many other restaurants gift shops

« Not The Same As Reviews »

We reserved this Best Western based on the reviews and were disappointed in our stay. It is an older hotel and the age and furniture shows. No elevator and we had to lug our luggage to the second floor and of all days, my ankle was swollen and hurt with each step but the ankle is my problem. We were simply disappointed in the condition of the hotel, it wasn't the most sterile hotel around, breakfast was ok-they did have bacon which was somewhat rare for a hotel breakfast. If we has it to do over, we'd have gone to another hotel. I'm not sure who has been writing the reviews but why do most of them rate the hotel as excellent?

« Great location; friendly staff; excellent price »

We were only in town for a night and found a great price for the Best Western at the last minute. Great location (right around the corner from Main St and right on Hwy62). Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was nice. Room was clean and a decent size for a Best Western. For the price, it was a good deal. Free wifi, free breakfast and plenty of parking. Not a luxury hotel but I would think that most would know that before booking.

« Excellent Place to Stay »

Exceptional value with great customer service. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The pool was GREAT! The location was great and the staff was friendly. We are from Wisconsin on summer vacation and will be coming back to this area of Arkansas again.

    « LEISURE TRIP »

Clean, comfortable room. The pool was great; it could have been a bit cooler on a hot summer day, but it was very clean and a nice atmosphere. You couldn't ask for better customer service - that applies to everyone we came in contact with from check-in, to the staff at breakfast. The breakfast was fantastic, and an excellent way to start off our day! I visit Eureka Springs at least once a year, and this hotel will be my go-to from now on!

    « Very affordable »

This hotel was is in a great location. Close to downtown and other areas. The staff is super friendly. Sara greeted us each morning with a smile. The breakfast has a good selection. The usual buffet items. The rooms were clean and affordable. The beds weren't real comfortable but we were not in the rooms much.

    « Pet Friendly...^5 »

We spent 6 days and 5 nights here in May 2013 and took our 2 small pets. The management was very accommodating as we found when we arrived and checked in that our room didn't contain a refrigerator and microwave (something we must have for several reasons) They provided those items for us at no additional charge. Our fur kids were very welcome and that is always a must when we travel. The complimentary breakfast was always amazing! Highly recommend!

    « Fun, clean & friendly »

Just got home from a summer trip. This hotel is in a great location & is the best place my family has ever stayed in Eureka Springs. They offer a great pool area which looked to be recently redone and the kids loved it, it's a large pool. The people are super friendly & always willing to help. The complimentary breakfast is very nice and offers a lot of choices. The rooms were clean & comfortable. Will definitely stay here again & glad to recommend it to anyone. Thanks for helping make my family vacation a win.

« Motorcycle day trips around Eureka Springs »

The location of the hotel is great, one right turn out of the parking lot and the next right is Historic Main Street. Easy access to some of the larger highways we were accessing. Pool and hot tub area nice, towels provided and it is open late, 10 or 11 p.m. Full breakfast included in price and wait staff were very friendly. Room was just fine, nothing fancy. Coffee pot and mini fridge in room, flat screen with HBO. Trolley stop directly in front of hotel. I would stay there again if in the area.

« Nice location, horrible room. »

We love eureka springs and visit frequently. This was our first stay at this place. The room looked amazing until we realized we couldn't sleep all night long. Bugs EVERYWHERE crawling on us. Check the room before you guarantee to book it. The front desk ladies were very friendly and nice until this situation. I understand as a business people are always trying to get things free/ discounted. That was not our purpose. Our purpose was that we couldn't sleep at all. Once we got home we had to leave our bags outside and take clothes in once at a time and wash them. We didn't want to bring them in our home. It was insulting we only got a 20% discount. Won't be staying here again. Go to a lodge or a cottage. You won't regret it. I HATE leaving a bad comment because I've never done that. But I've also never experienced bugs all over a hotel before.

« Good hotel, great customer service and pool »

We stayed for a week at this hotel while riding the Eureka Springs area. The staff was top notch from the manager (Jed), breakfast room and the front desk. Customer service is definitely a focus. The pool was refreshing after a hot day of riding, the pool and surrounding deck were recently redone and in great shape. The rooms are somewhat dated but in good working order and our room was clean. Found the bed comfortable. Will stay here again on our next trip to Eureka Springs!

Will be back, not as much as we used to. This area of the State is where we come often to look for property and to relax. In fact we are planning on a home purchase in the near future. We have friends in the area and like the City as a whole. One of a kind type of place to live or visit. great atmosphere to be in. Like to see the City grow without to many changes to the rules and regulations.

    « It's okay! »

It's okay! Best part was staff that checked us in & breakfast staff & that breakfast bar was great-hotel could use some deep cleaning! Stayed one night but chose to move to our usual hotel the next night!

    « Eureka springs »

Really a nice place. Staff was excellent and a good hot breakfast each morning. Hotel is very close to all the attractions and the price of a room was great! Eureka is really a nice place to visit. Enjoyed horseback riding and the passion play. The passion play is a must see!!

« Not the "Best Western" I know! »

Stayed the night of July 16th , room 242 - one of the shabbiest rooms I've ever stayed in! The couch was quite threadbare and ready for the trash heap. The dresser wouldn't sell at a used furniture store -- too bad because the rest of the room was fine. They should spend some of the high room cost to fix the obvious defects! VERY DISSATISFYING!! I don't know how they keep the "BEST WESTERN" affiliation.

« Great Breakfast, Nice cool pool »

This place has a really nice breakfast. And the pool was nice and cool even though it was 95 degrees out. It was nice and enjoyable after riding the Harley all day. As with most of Eureka Springs, this place is very biker friendly.

    5
    « Great Stay »

Love the ability to have a full breakfast buffet. The servers were top notch. We were able to enjoy the pool in the evening and relax. The hot tub as well was useful to help relax after a days ride. When in Eureka Springs this will be our place to stay. Thank you RB

    « Fantastic vacation »

Thank you so much for making our recent vacation so memorable. Thanks to Pam who called prior to us leaving home and making us feel so welcome and once again on our arrival, Donna & Tina who were always present during breakfast making sure all needs and wants were taken care and Terry from maintenance who chatted with us about the local area. Those are just a few who made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable, housekeeping and everyone else who makes Best Western Eureka Inn a very special place we thank you. Hopefully we will be again to visit your area again and enjoy your comforts. Thank you, Jim and Gloria Merideth Buchanan, Michigan.

« what a great place to stay »

We have stayed at this Best Western before. We actually did not even consider staying anywhere else. The location is perfect. The room is very comfortable. The staff is superior and the breakfast is the best. We could not have been more pleased.

    3
« Not so best western »

The good: front desk and Resturant personnel are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is head and tails better than other chain hotel offerings. The bad: the rooms are outdated and need a facelift. The bed was as hard as a rock. The air conditioner sounded like a small airplane was landing. The room had a stale odor. Towels were pretty thin.

    5
    « Great visit »

We had a ground floor room with a pet. The breakfast was out of this world. The hotel was clean and standard hotel decoration. The pool area was nice, the hot tub was awesome and the regular pool is unheated. The check in was wonderful and the staff was helpful. We didn't visit the fitness center.

« Trip to Eureka Springs Ar »

Very friendly front dest - bed was very good - liked the pillows and the Breakfast the next morning was wonderful - Have traveled a lot and this breakfast was the best one I have ever had. And there were many places in town to eat. The trolly ride can be done with your car as the routes are color marked. Shopping was just so so

We arrived late eve on day one with our pet. People with pet next door left room and their dog barks rest of time. I mean c'mon people just because you can bring your pet doesn't mean you get to leave him if he is a barker. RUDE!!!!

    « Great Stay! »

I booked this hotel about a week before 4th of July and was delighted to get such a good rate, in spite of the holiday. We arrived before noon, and decided to see if we could check in early. Not only was our room ready, but it was on the lower level, with the pool just steps from our door. Very nice accomodations! We were within a 5 block, downhill trek, to historic downtown Eureka Springs. The walk was nice, but we grabbed the trolley for the return trip, which gave us a good tour of the surrounding area. Since it was a holiday weekend, the crowds were out in great force, as well as many bikers. Eureka Springs offers many, many shops and restaurants. We noticed that most restaurants are Mexican. Parking in the downtown district is very tight, and costly, so I suggest you leave the car at your hotel, and use the shuttle. Day passes are only $6. Or you can park at the Visitor center, for a fee, and take the trolley from there. Walking in town is treacherous, as the sidewalks are very hilly and uneven. Do not suggest this for the elderly who may have difficulty walking. And it would be almost impossible to push a wheelchair, since there are steep hills and stairs. Breakfast at the hotel was a more than adequate buffet with many choices, and great coffee. Hotel restaurant is only opened for breakfast, and you get a breakfast coupon upon check-in. There are many other restaurants within the area. Loved this hotel and the location, and would definitely stay here again. All staff members were friendly, helpful and professional.

« Plan ahead- make requests »

If you get a room in the building with all rooms opening into the corridor, you will not be bothered by the small black flies that are all over this town. We were in the older-looking building with all rooms opening to the outdoors and we could not get control of the flies in our room. The front desk did deliver a flyswatter to our room however. This motel has no newspaper at all in the morning and no brewed coffee is available until 7 am when breakfast service begins. There is a tiny coffee device in the room. The breakfast buffet is well done and offers plenty of variety, all excellent. The pool is clean and the water temperature is just right. Our room was crowded with too much furniture but the beds were very good and restful.

    « Great breakfast bar! »

We couldn't have found a better place for our getaway weekend! The pool was so nice and cool. The hot tub was very clean and in good working order. We especially enjoyed the free breakfast with the servers. Everything we wanted to see and do was only a short drive away or a ride on the shuttle that picked up right in the parking lot.

« clean, updated, excellent value »

LOVED this Best Western. It's set up just like I want a Best Western to look and feel. Clean, updated, efficient. Friendly check-in service. Expansive grounds and parking. Loved the breakfast and the very clean swimming pool. People who work here seem proud of their establishment and with good reason. Wonderful! We asked for a ground floor room and that helped with the unloading. Balcony is nice for a quieter stay, but we didn't hear much from our neighbors. Brisk business at this hotel. Really liked it. Plan to return for a longer stay.

    4
« Nice and quiet, clean. Good breakfast »

Our group of 6 all commended that we would definitely stay here again. Clean, good location, beds OK but not luxurious as higher end hotels. Pool was nice and clean, and a few said the spa was very nice and large. The breakfast buffet was good. The difference here is hotel staff seat you at a table and bring you the drinks and keep tables bussed. The hotel is right on trolley route. Very minor flaw was the two inoperable vending machines in different buildings that had not been posted as "Out of Order' so they took your money. Staff knew they were not working and commented they were waiting for parts. One outlet in bathroom was not working. Overall we'll be back.

    5
    « Great Stay! »

Excellent hotel, with incredible free breakfast voucher at the on site Gazebo Restaurant, all you could eat breakfast bar. Swimming Pool, A+, HUGE hot tub, enclosed in a large airy room, at the BACK of the hotel which was nice for privacy. Rooms pristinely kept, quiet, staff courteous, competent, Gideon was especially terrific! Great hotel, we'll come here again!

    « Ashport Baptist »

Thanks Jed for the wonderful room this is our fifth trip and we always loved Eureka Springs. We stayed at this hotel everyone will come. Donna in the breakfast buffet was awesome our hats off to you young lady. The only negative thing I could say is us being a church group with our children, the drinking and some of the behavior in the pool was outrageous when commented about it we were told it was allowed. So sad....This is the only negative thing I can say other than that it was fantastic

Location was great for enjoying downtown Eureka Springs. Tram stop right out front. Once I got to the right Best Western, I found the staff very friendly. The room was large and clean. I had a courtyard room right by the pool. Too bad the pool was closed. None the less I enjoyed my stay. And best of all was breakfast!!!! I would stay again.

    « Fantastic breakfast! »

Delicious full hot breakfast. Homemade biscuits were heaven! Room was clean with comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Best part it is pet friendly! Lovely walk (or trolley ride) away from historic Eureka Springs shops & restaurants.

« Clean and convenient place to stay. »

The room was clean and we'll appointed. The location is great being walking distance to downtown Eureka Springs. The pool was under construction but should be good by the time that it is hot enough to want to swim. Breakfast included is a bug plus. Great place to visit and great choice for a reasonable hotel.

« Everything about our stay here was great »

Even though the pool was not finished being renovated, they made sure they told us about this before we checked in, it was a great stay. Room was very clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. YOu can walk to the historic business area ( if you like long walks) or catch the trolley right out front. Breakfast was awesome. We will use this hotel again for our next stay in Eureka Springs.

We stayed here Saturday night in a standard room with two queen beds. Very friendly and helpful people. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything in the room worked. Free wi-fi is included with your room. We paid $97 for four of us. The breakfast included with your room is a buffet served in their restaurant. Plenty of hot and cold choices. We were all very happy.

« Nice Hotel with great Breakfast »

« One of our favorite locations to stay! »

We go to Eureka Springs several times a year and this is one of our favorite places to stay. It has been clean every time. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is tasty too :) The only other place we stay is a bed and breakfast that we are familiar with. I can't say anything bad about this location, I hope this review helps.

« Car, motor rally or a family escape, simply the best place to stay »

For years I visit the Eureka Inn with fellow car enthusiasts to tour the beautiful surroundings of Eureka Springs. This hotel never disappoints. Ok the rooms are basic and perhaps a bit dated but they are clean and comfortable for our purpose. What stands out, besides a great included breakfast buffet is the friendly staff. Mr. Jed, the manager goes the extra mile with a station to wash your car or motor cycle, again free of charge they place buckets, water hoses, shampoo, and towels. Depending on how well your group behaves over the years Mr. Jed might reserve the rear of the complex, so you can congregate with fellow enthusiasts around your cars. It is always a pleasure to stay at the Best Western Eureka Inn

« Great time in Eureka, great stay »

My wife & I visited Eureka Springs over mothers day weekend. What a great time we had! They had a parade downtown for their Arts festival during our visit which added to the fun. The hotel was in the best location because it was easy to find and we could get into downtown very easily, walked into town the first day but rode the trolley the next. Plenty of parking at the hotel as it was all located close to the rooms. Highlights for us were very friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, great complimentary breakfast & location. They helped us with things to do & what not to miss. Very good place to stay.

    5
    « Best in Eureka! »

My family travels to Eureka Springs a few times a year & we will always stay at this hotel. They have great service, it's clean!, they're friendly, the location is perfect for us and the have a great breakfast. I recommend this place every time to my friends. Ready to go back!

    5
« Great place to stay »

Very clean facility, good location. I was permitted to keep my dog here, which was why I selected this motel. She weighs 50lbs and many other hotels would not accomadate her due to weight limits, although she is a very well behaved lab mix. Outstanding service and impressive breakfast.

    « Simply Wonderful »

This was not my first visit to Eureka Springs but this was my first stay at this hotel there. I will be staying here each trip in the future! The rooms were clean & the grounds, location was great, breakfast was outstanding & the entire staff really made us feel welcome. We spent a couple of days exploring the town, rode the trolley mostly which comes right by the hotel. They had a nice military group staying there while we were there. Didn't get to use the pool because they were doing a full renovation on this area and putting in a new deck area but we did use the hot tub & it was very nice. You can tell that the owners take care of the place & everyone that works there really seems to enjoy it which makes it simply wonderful. Highly recommend this place when visiting Eureka Springs.

We as a group traveled through Oklahoma, into Arkansas and returned to Texas on an eight member, six night trip to enjoy the hills and curves of Arkansas. We had all been in the area and some had stayed here before. Staying at the Eureka Springs Best Western was a very positive and pleasurable experience.

« Great time in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. »

Great location to the downtown area and the surrounding tourist areas. Short distance to the lake and places of interest. Passion Play , Pine Mountain Village, fine dining, mountain views over vast areas. They have an excellent trolley system to get you around with very interesting guides to answer and inform you about the town and the other places near Eureka Springs. We have going to the area for over 30 years and still find it beautiful. Everyone who enjoys the out doors needs to visit this quaint mountain location.

    4
    « Great location »

the hotel had a decent breakfast. Very close to my destination. Room was clean and quiet, there were teens on the same floor but on the other end of the hallway breakfast included hot items and was well prepared and stocked!

« The best breakfast in Eureka Springs BW »

This is a great place to stay when visiting in the Eureka Springs area, the Best Western there are two, we prefer this one, the staff are always super nice, the rooms are spacious . Great location to down town. The breakfast is great and comes with the motel price, no extra charge.

    « Nice Surprise »

Extremely nice hotel. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The surrounding grounds were beautiful with the roses in full bloom and litter free. Breakfast was the best ever with biscuits you look forward to the next day. Donna and Tina who worked in the dining room started your day with their awesome personalities, they were great. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

« Great meeting spot in Eureka Springs »

For many years this inn has been the host hotel for an annual vintage car gathering, and the folks there couldn't have been more accommodating: wash pits, a reserved area in the parking lot for our cars, a delicious breakfast--and nice rooms! If you want to do a group tour through the Ozarks (or just go there by yourself) the folks at the Eureka Inn will make it happen for you.

    « Eureka Springs »

Wonderful hotel and the location of the Mid America BMW 2002 Fest the last weekend in April. Worth the 2,000 mile trip from my home in Maine. The event almost takes over the hotel and conference room. The hotel is very accommodating and goes out of their way to take care of us.

    5
    « Truly Wonderful »

I can't say much more than wonderful. The entire place was so beautiful. From the nice smooth (recently paved?) parking lot, the immaculate grounds, and clean and very comfortable rooms..... Truly Wonderful. The one thing that stands out in our minds the most was the breakfast. This BW serves their free breakfast in an actual restaurant; The Gazebo Restaurant. Plenty of food choices with waitress service to keep you filled on all your drink needs. I have a motorcycle, but did not have it on this trip, but this hotel offers a bike cleaning station with buckets, rags and everything bikers need to make 'em shine. Eureka Springs IS, after all, biker friendly and you don't get much friendlier than that. We will be back.

    « Road Trip »

Great hotel. Second stay here.. Very friendly and helpful staff. Got us all together in one area of the hotel. Lots of ice as needed and the included breakfast was very good. Parking was good even thou there was a large group of BMW enthusiast there for a gathering of 50 cars or so.

« short stay but great staff, lodging, accommodations, and breakfast! »

Came through on a motorcycle trip and didn't check in until after 9pm but couldn't have been more pleased. They have a wonderful hot tub which was open until late into the evening which felt great after a 400+ mile ride day. The rooms were cozy with comfortable beds, nice showers & a/c. The breakfast was simple short order menu but the food was great and they had us on our way in no time. Not sure when I'll be in Eureka Springs again but this will be my 1st choice for my next visit!

« Traveled to Eureka Spring for a wedding. We really enjoyed our visit to the area. »

Nice hotel, very friendly staff. Our room was very comfortable more than I was expecting. The bed and the pillows were wonderful. Will definitely stay there again. The free breakfast was not like most hotels with free breakfast, this hotel had a restaurant inside. The food was very good, presented well. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

    « Decent hotel »

Overall our stay here was good. The rooms are a bit outdated but has all the necessities and most important very clean. The beds were a bit hard. The breakfast was great and the waitresses were so sweet and attentive. I would definitely stay again.

    5
    « Very Quiet »

Soft bed, TV placed strangely, AC Worked. But the best part was that the location made easy access to downtown Eureka Springs and great shopping. Additionally this location gave the opportunity to eat at other venues other than only downtown. Will Stay here again

« Third stay just as good as the first! »

This was our third stay at this location and we have had an excellent experience each and every time. The staff is friendly, the price is reasonable, and the location is perfect. We'll never stay at a different hotel when visiting Eureka Springs.

    3
    « Our Stay »

Very Average, but the staff was great. Very Clean and a Good Value, if you are only staying 1 or 2 nights and don't expect a lot of comfort. The Complimentary Breakfast is not so great, but Super Coffee...or maybe I just really needed coffee. If you are just needing a place to crash for the night it is fine, but if you are looking for something more updated, I really couldn't give it a positive review.

    3
    « Clean but noisy »

We were in town for a wedding and stayed here our first night. The room was dated but there was a flat screen tv and a modern bathroom. Dogs were very close by and barking. Lots of motorcycle noise too. The hotel is in a good location for seeing the sights. Breakfast was buffet.

    3
« Above average for older hotel »

Lack of elevator was a drawback for us since my husband and I are 75. I thought the accommodations were above average for an older hotel. The breakfast was a big plus, and the breakfast team was very helpful and friendly. If we stay here again, we will use phone to make the reservations rather than the computer so we can request a first-floor room.

    4
    « Good Hotel »

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The only issue I had was that the male that checked us in that afternoon was not friendly at all and actually cared less if we were there or not. The lady that I checked out with was very nice and friendly.

« Excellant breakfast bar - poor inhouse maintance »

Room clean and breakfast bar and service was great. However problem with shower not fixed when brought to the staff attention. Had to take lukewarm showers during stay. Allowed motorcycles to be parked in breezeway when very clearly stated not too. When brought to staff attention nothing was done. Cleaning staff starting so early in morning made difficult to get through passage ways.

« Perfect Place and Location to ES »

We loved our stay as a group at the Best Western. They were friendly and the breakfast was great, and it was just a short walk to downtown. We had fifteen in our group and it was a huge hit. It was the perfect place for our bus to get in and out, but not as crowded as the downtown hotels. Stay there, you will love it.

    « Best Western - Eureka Inn »

We stayed 3 nights, and came in late on a Thursday evening. The front desk staff was courteous and very helpful on check-in. The room was very well appointed, and the hot tub and fitness room, both of which we used, were easily accessible and clean. Our own room was very clean, comfortable and offered in room coffee. The beds were very comfortable, with nice pillows. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Eureka Springs.

    « Everything Super! »

It's been a long time since we've visited a hotel where everything was perfect. Starting with check-in, the desk clerk was very efficient, and super nice. Even when we returned 15 minutes later to switch to a downstairs room, he called me by name when I walked in the door. Our room was very nice, clean, and well-appointed. We can't say enough about the free breakfast. Not a warmed-over buffet, but a full sit-down breakfast, served by the incredibly friendly and awesome Donna (ask for her!). The food was custom prepared and fresh, and the biscuits were the closest thing to grandmama's home-made we've ever had - light and fluffy, and made by hand starting at 4AM every day. Sorry Cracker Barrel, you've been smoked. Checkout was friendly and painless, just as we had come to expect from this hotel. HIGHLY recommended if you're headed to Eureka Springs. Perfectly located at the top of the hill from downtown, so it's an easy drive to all the downtown coolness, or anywhere on Hwy 62.

This is a very clean and friendly hotel. The breakfast bar that is included is AWESOME with awesome staff as well. The hotel is directly off the main strip and not a parking issue like on the main strip -

« Great hotel for one night getaway.... »

We decided to drive up from Greenwood for an overnight stay. We didn't really have any plans or schedule. We got into town earlier than the 3 pm check in, but Susan graciously gave us our keys anyway, along with two vouchers for breakfast the next day. The room was very clean, and had the usual amenities. One curiosity however was the fact that it had a mini fridge but no microwave. Small issue. The bed was comfortable enough, but bring your own pillows if you need a lot of neck support to sleep. I eventually used two extra towels bunched up under my pillows. Hotel was quiet and close to downtown. Breakfast was very good as well, a standard buffet. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel.

    « Good Stay! »

This is a good option to stay in Eureka Springs. The hotel sits on a large property but is quiet and has a nice feel to it. Location is excellent being on the highway 62 into the town and right at the road which takes you to the historic town. Beds were very comfortable. Room had a microwave and fridge in it. The hot breakfast is good. And finally, the price is reasonable.

Eureka Inn is a great place to stay for your visit to Eureka Springs. The trolley stops right outside the entrance which makes it easier to visit the historic area. Parking in the historic area is difficult. The complimentary breakfast was the best of any hotel I've stayed.

We enjoyed our stay. There was no indoor pool which our youngest was disappointed about, but over all our stay was very nice. Rooms were clean, and staff was more than pleasant. Breakfast each morning was really nice! Price was very reasonable for family of five. Location was close to everything!

« Great location, great staff! »

We were surprised at how quiet our room was, especially since we were on the bottom floor by the outside door. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable and the staff was so helpful (we especially appreciated the restaurant suggestions, which were outstanding!)! Breakfast in the cafe was delicious and the service was wonderful; we had some of the best biscuits and gravy ever! It right off of Main Street, so getting around was incredibly easy, and staff was more than willing to provide directions. We will definitely be back!

« Great place to stay in Eureka Springs »

This is a great mid-priced hotel to stay when visiting Eureka Springs. It's an older property at the top of the hill going into the historic part of the city. The property was extremely well kept and the room was very spacious, clean, and had every thing you could ask for. Free will-do, mini fridge in the room, hair dryer, ironing board, in room coffee, etc. They give you a breakfast coupon for their restaurant free with your stay. It was an excellent breakfast with something to satisfy everyone. I highly recommend this hotel. The house keeping staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

We had a great time in Eureka Springs over the valentines weekend. Our stay at this hotel was fantastic, the rooms were clean, the staff was attentive and polite and the complimentary breakfast was beyond what you get at most hotels. We had a fun time seeing the town and stopped in at the chocolate festival for a while. Can't wait to go back! I can recommend this place easily.

We chose this place, because of the price as well as pet friendly. Made our reservation & off we went. Hotel was easy to find, check in was easy. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly & helpful. Got to our room, was amazed of the cozy feel, our dog walked right in to explore as well. Super clean & very nice. As we slept I can honestly say it was was a restful slumber. Breakfast was very nice, as we ordered from a menu. Thank you best western!!!!

This was an incredible deal for the money. The room was clean, beautifully furnished and the staff couldn't have been nicer. The hot breakfast buffet was an added surprise we hadn't planned on. We definitely plan to stay here the next time we come back to Eureka Springs.

Very enjoyable stay. Staff was very cordial. The room was clean. The fitness room was well equipped for a hotel. The complementary breakfast was one the few good ones I have had at a hotel of this type. I would definitely recommend staying here and would return if ever in t he area again.

« Pleasant Surprise for Family Trip »

My husband and I stayed at the Best Western Eureka Inn with our new baby in November. The hotel is close to downtown (but not what I would consider walking distance). The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. They had a crib set up for us in our room before arrival. They gave us a map of the town and provided dinner recommendations. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for the crib and our bed. Breakfast the next morning was a welcome surprise. We expected the normal complimentary breakfast: cold cereal, a sad banana or two, and maybe some bagels. Not even close! This was a hot breakfast made to order. The hotcakes and bacon were great and a perfect way to start our day. This hotel was a great budget hotel to stay at with our son. We would stay again!

    « Eureka Getaway »

My wife and I recently took a trip to Eureka Springs with her family, and we stayed in the Best Western Eureka Inn. We had a fantastic time, and our rooms were perfect. Everything was nice and clean, the inn itself was conveniently close to the downtown strip, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to check-in early, which is a huge deal for me. The room was perfectly sized for us. The bathroom was clean and good sized for an inn. It looked like they had been recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable (we got a room with a single king). Parking was plentiful and we were able to get a spot close to our room every time. The complimentary breakfast was actually really good (I recommend the Country Breakfast). The price was very reasonable, especially for being so close to the holiday season. Overall our stay was great, and I would highly recommend staying at the Best Western Eureka Inn.

A little dated but great staff and clean, good sized room. I asked for top floor, quiet room and it was. Nice big tree right out the window of my room. The free breakfast bar is the best I have ever had at a hotel and nice servers there also. Great location and I would DEFINATELY stay there again.

« One night in Eureka Springs »

We spent a Thursday night in Eureka Springs at the Best Western Inn. There are two Best Westerns in Eureka. This one is the closest to downtown. A person could walk downtown, but I wouldn't recommend it. It is about half a mile and an uphill trip back. The staff was very friendly. They seemed to enjoy their jobs and to enjoy seeing you. Even though the motel is located along the main highway, the road noise was not noticable. Our room was on the second floor of a separate building. There is no elevator so if you have more than one bag you should consider requesting a ground floor. Breakfast is included in the room rate. This isn't a make it yourself breakfast. The breakfast is on a buffet with plates and flatware, not plastic and paper products. Wait staff provide table service for drinks and clearing of plates. The day we were there, the breakfast included scrambled eggs, pancakes, biscuits, gravy, sausage, bacon, grits, and other typical breakfast items, cereal, fruit, yogurt, muffins, etc. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a two queen room which had two chairs. The TV was a flat screen model. We liked the fact that there were two sinks. One in the tub/ shower area and a separate one just outside of the bathroom. I don't like rooms with the individual climate units in the room, but that is typical of most motels. While not extremely noisy, I could hear the unit compressor engage. The sound wasn't noticed by my wife so it probably wouldn't bother most people. My bed however, was a little too soft for me. It was a little worn and I could hear the springs pop as I turned over. I can only speak of room 228 so the beds may be fine in the other rooms. There wasn't enough discomfort for me to mention it to the staff upon checking out. If there is something about the stay I find displeasing I typically will bring it to the attention of staff during check out. We didn't use the pool, exercise area, or wifi so I cannot provide any information on those features. When returning to the area we would stay here again and recommend it to others.

« Chilly Jacuzzi and Noisy Bed »

I have stayed at several BW and this one was not my favorite. There is another BW in the area we might try next time. Would not recommend this hotel to my friends. The gazebo restaurant was nice, but the breakfast buffet was mediocre. The staff was nice and very friendly.

« Great Place, Great Breakfast »

We stayed here for a long weekend, and have decided if we ever visit again, we will return here. First, the parking is ample and roomy. We have a huge truck to maneuver around, so this is a big plus. Second, the hotel is centrally located, next to the street that leads to downtown. Front desk sells tran tickets, which stops out front of the hotel. Be sure to check the schedule but it runs pretty quickly. I used the transportation website to link over to the live website and watched where the buses were On their routes, so I could time my wait, as the typical route ran every 30 min on average. Across the street and slightly down the hill from the hotel is one of the tran parking lots. We sometimes just got off there, instead of waiting for a transfer bus to drop us off directly in front of the hotel. So, many options with transportation. The hotel has two buildings with rooms. We stayed in the one that has the doors going to the outside. Though this is an older model hotel, it was nicely updated. I just loved the big picture window available because our room faced a stand of trees that were in peak fall color. I noticed several hotels in the area had small windows. There is a mini fridge, but no microwave in the room, which was fine with us, but good to note for those who need or expect one. Above the door is a shutter system that we took advantage of , instead of running the heater or Ac at night. The room stayed comfortable cool. It is small enough we didn't feel there was a security issue. The tv is large enough and had plenty of channels to watch. If I could change one thing, it would be newer beds, for a more comfortable sleep. They are bad, but I've slept on better. We could not wait every morning for the Buffett breakfast that is in the Main building. Out the window went my low carb, should not have those carbs diet! The pancakes and biscuits are made from scratch, the syrup is perfect. Also served is cereals, fruit, sausage, bacon, yogurt, scramble eggs, breakfast wraps. Salsa and ketup can be found on the end of the bar, kraft jellies and soft butter on the table. Waitress mom daughters - Donna and Shonta -bring good coffee and orange juice with smiles and good mornings ! We were happy to leave them a tip, knowing that is their livelihood and we sure would be paying more than a tip for breakfast else where. You can pay for breakfast, if not staying at the hotel. We will miss their breakfast and their smiles. Hope to return again.

Clean, comfortable, and service was great. A full buffet for breakfast with a waitress. Check in and out was simple. An e-mail receipt was sent to my business e-mail, so I didn't have to keep up with a receipt. I totally recommend staying here.

This is a very comfortable Inn; best breakfast we have found to be included in price of room. Rooms were spacious and clean, we were able to get adjourning rooms so we could open up and have two room to go back and forth. Very nice Inn and friendly staff.

« Nice hotel, good location, very nice breakfast! »

We spent a night here yesterday and enjoyed our brief stay. The breakfast buffet was very nice. It was set in a restaurant setting, not a plain large room like most free breakfasts. Some waitress service was provided. Rooms were nice and bed were comfortable. You should be aware this hotel has 2 floors and there is NO elevator, so request a ground floor room if you are disabled. Overall, a nice place.

We have stayed at this Best Western many times over the years. Nice place. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and attractive, the beds are comfortable, the included breakfast is great, Also, the trolley to the downtown shopping district stops on the property, and you can purchase the trolley tickets at the front desk.

« Great staff and convenient location »

Lovely, helpful staff didn't make up for the worn furnishing in the room. Torn couch and peeling veneer door made the room look dirty even though it was very clean. Beds were comfortable and all the appliance worked well. The breakfast was the best example of southern cooking with lovely smiles from the staff.

« Best Breakfast Buffet in Town! »

The breakfast buffet is what swayed me to booking with this hotel, and it didn't disappoint. Everything was nice about this hotel! Pillows were too small, but excellent service, clean room, plenty of parking for our trailer and motorcycles. Convenient location to downtown Eureka Springs. Just wish the stores would stay open past 5:00 pm!

This is a very pretty and well kept property on the South end of the Eureka Springs Historical District. The rooms are very nicely kept, good wi-fi, not the largest but who stays in their room very long. The breakfast that comes with your room is not your usual everything is bought at Sam's Club and warmed..EVERYTHING is prepared there and is available in abundance on the buffet which is kept well stocked at all times. Food was delicious. The staff there were very helpful guiding us to the places to go and things to see. Overall a very good experience.

« The Good and The Bad - but Not Ugly »

This review is done with mixed emotions. First of all the PROs ? great location, very nice staff, awesome morning buffet (included), spacious level parking lot, flat screen TV w/ lots of channels, refrigerator, clean and well-landscaped grounds. Rooms are OK, but need to be ?lightened up? with some modern colors and decor. Now, the CONs ? beds are hard and the pillows even harder. In-room microwave is sorely missed. You have to go all the way to the front office to use one. This is the first BW that I've stayed in with no 24-7 coffee in the office area. Vanity is 39? tall and 24? deep. Sounds like a good thing, right? Well, unless you are 5'4? you will be on your toes to brush your teeth and use the sink. Water closet is very tight. Also, the light switch for that area is outside the door near the one for the vanity - so if you need to get up during the night you will disturb the other person(s) because the light is thrown into the entire room. The layout of the motel affords a courtyard area with the pool and some outside tables. If you don't want to hear kids screaming in the pool or people talking for hours seated around the tables, then DO NOT get a room that faces the courtyard. The pool hours 7 am-11pm are way too generous ? 9 am?10 pm would be nicer for all guests. We were awakened by kids in the pool at 7:51 am, which is not right. My husband and I travel with our small dog and were told the pet friendly rooms opened onto the courtyard. We did manage to get the 2nd floor (our choice), but wouldn't it be better for everyone if the pet friendly rooms were as far away from the noisy peopled areas and into a quieter location? I'm sure people would rather not share their area with animal lovers who might not clean up after their pet. Just sayin'.

    « Close to everything »

The Inn is close to most everything either by driving or take the trolley. Very friendly staff and helpful in finding directions. The breakfast buffet is never empty with a large selection of items. The wait staff is there to help, but not over bearing or pushy. The room I stayed in could have used a microwave, but everything else was there. The hotel is motorcycle friendly and family oriented.

    « Awesome !!! »

This hotel was much more than I expected for a small town. The location was good. The room was lovely and very clean. Also, the bed was very comfortable. Internet was easy to connect and fast. They had many movie channels. There was free breakfast and the food was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I don't think I have ever had a more enjoyable experience. I spent a night in the Ritz Carlton and this hotels service was equal to a five star hotel.

    « Very Nice »

This is my second time staying at the BW Eureka Inn. Very clean, quite, and friendly staff. Excellent location to downtown and catching a trolley to downtown if you don't want to drive and try to find a place to park. This motel has probably the best breakfast I have ever had at a breakfast included motel. The buffet is 100% homemade and there is plenty of it. The motel is also dog friendly which also goes to my only complaint. They charge you $15.00 per day for a pet. I wouldn't mind paying the $15 if it was per visit but per day? Come on. When you stay multiple days like I did it adds up and they don't do anything extra to the room when cleaning that I can see. Other than this, it is a great motel and I will stay again.

Staff was great and the service and breakfast was excellent. I have been staying there for seven years going to an event the first week in Oct. If any problems occur the staff is there to fix it. One year the air conditioner went out and they replaced the complete unit.

    « Great Hot Tub »

Very clean hotel, neat appearance, friendly staff. Enjoyed the fitness center, outdoor pool, and especially the hot tub. The little restaurant was lovely, and the breakfast was outstanding -- great bacon! The only problem we had was I couldn't get Internet access, but I didn't want to take time to report it or request help. The fitness center was excellent and spacious, though they could easily fit more weight-lifting equipment in there.

We came to Eureka Springs for the first time and chose Best Western due to great price. The room was very clean and the beds very comfy. The free breakfast was served in a full service restaurant with waitress staff and great food. The gym was the most impressive to me. Never seen anything like it. The whirlpool was free standing in a covered pavilion. I was quite impressed overall.
