Best Western Plus El Paso Airport Hotel & Conference Center

Very Satisfied and Happy Customer with this location. I travel to El Paso often for family and this was my 1st time staying. The Customer Service from Norma Galaviz was extremely friendly and caring, helping me feel at home. Along with Willie Alvarez who helped me get the right room for the comfort for my family. Kid friendly and very clean rooms. I love how it's open to the inside of the lobby when stepping out your door. And the breakfast buffet is great and had plenty of great choices. I can't wait to stay here again. I felt soo comfy and safe and at Home. Thank Norma and Willie for the Best Service Ever and Such a Beautiful Stay.

Excellent costumer Service and great location! The Manager at the front desk (Norma) did an excellent job helping me resolve Priceline reservation issue. She spend several hour on the phone with them. I been coming to el paso for work very often and this is by far one of the best hotels.

I love this hotel! It was being remodeled when I was staying there but it was still very nice! I liked the outside courtyard, beautiful lobby area and friendly staff. The hotel is very clean and it's in a good neighborhood with good restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was awesome! It's not a typical hotel breakfast, it's homemade! I was told that the staff comes in very early to prepare the hot food and cut the fresh fruit. A plus to everyone who works at this Best Western!

Never trust an accommodation that will not provide you with physical proof of what your stay will cost you up front. One may not have to be so concerned on a one night trip, but stay for 2 weeks and get a better perspective of how your membership doesn't matter.

Our room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast bar had a variety of fresh fruit, food, juices, coffee, and a waffle bar every day. Very friendly staff. Will certainly come back to stay here when traveling this direction.

Really enjoyed my stay, rooms were clean and breakfast was delicious! Ladies at the front desk Lily and Naomi were exceptional at check in and check out. I took the shuttle to the Airport and Sandra was a great driver. Will definitely be coming back!

We stayed here for our anniversary. It was wonderful we enjoyed the breakfast and pool . The room was comfortable and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and really enjoyed everything. I wish we would have had more time the stay.

Nicest staff we have encountered in many years. This is not the newest property. So, might not be everyone's favorite. We like the convenience, the transportation to the airport, free parking while traveling. Great breakfast. Lots of National Guard folks staying. Pretty pool.

The front desk personnel were exceptional! We always enjoy staying at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and extra large. Stayed there two nights but we were considering getting one more night, just to enjoy the comfortable room. Can't wait to stay there again!

Checked-In in February 2023 for an extended stay. The Hotel management (Ms. Norma) & staff have been very accommodating with different issues or request. We have been able to have access to a conference room that has helped with work and meetings.

Room was nice but you can hear rooms doors slamming though out your stay. We could also hear people talking as they walked by our room. Also not enough power outlets in the room. Found one outlet that had extension cord with everything plugged into it. We've stayed at other Best Westerns and they have multiple outlets in the lights by the bed. Breakfast was very good. Salsa bar was very spicy and delicious!!! Although the biscuits and gravy were less desirable. The biscuits were rock hard!!! Even the gravy which was very runny didn't soften them up.

I have been a guest at the Best Western for 5 months I checked in in January 2023 I have been so impressed with the complete staff, from maintenance to management. The check in was quick and on point. Hospitality is top notch, I have been in hotels the past 2 yrs all over Texas and I have to say, Hand Down this has been number 1.

So glad I chose this over my normal brands. Close to airport, GREAT pool, clean and spacious room, staff was great! I didn't get to enjoy breakfast due to a 5am flight. The price was right and so glad I chose this hotel!

I am a BW Diamond Plus member and I would give this hotel a 6 out of 10. Very large and spread out hotel where you could of feet isolated if that makes sense. The hotel needs an upgrade across the board. Old carpet, old wall paper etc.

We had patio room and door wouldn't close all the way needless to say it didn't lock. The drain in sink smelled and show/tub drain was clogged and gross stuff floating in the water. Also, loud music until late and hammers & power tool started at 6am.

Very nice hotel my favorite spot to go to, very clean, nice staff always have an amazing time. Ms Norma very nice lady she goes above and beyond for us guests. Valeria and Didi at the front desk always welcoming guests. Will definitely come back and enjoy the stay at this location Teddys bar is the perfect nightclub to go on Tuesdays to save salsa music.

Torn, soiled mattress. Dirty sheets. Bad odor in rooms. Ice & vending machines ALL broken. It was surprisingly bad. The worst BW I've ever stayed at. I hate that I wasted the member points I had earned on this place. Disappointing.

My girlfriend and I stayed here in a mini vacation. It was probably one of the best getaways we've had staff is super friendly and attentive. Props to Guillermo from Maintenance whom I saw running around I imagine attending any issues other rooms were having and especially for having a nice conversation with us!

Willie Alvarez the Chief of Engineer works so excellent. He is very kind, respectful and a great help! Excellent customer service all around! Highly recommend recommend to stay for any occasion. Would definitely come back!

My stay here was great. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great. The front desk agents were outstanding. They answered all my questions and didn't make me feel like a bother when asking for service. Huge thanks to Naomi, Tilly. Lidali, and Chris. Also, I want to thank Security Officer Richard for keeping my friends and I safe at Teddy's Bar in the hotel.

We had a great stay. Staff is amazing very accommodating. Breakfast was great ,rooms were very clean ,bed were very comfortable. This hotel was easy access and convenient. We will definitely be staying here again.

This place was great. Bed are comfortable. The customer service was amazing. Checking in had no problems and was very informative about things to do in the city. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay again.

It was Nothing like the pictures. It was Super outdated. Felt like a motel. Doubt it was clean. The Only good thing was the breakfast. The food and kitchen staff were nice. Overall Not worth the price

Not much that we didn't like, with the exception of the water in the shower coming out more in the faucet than the shower head and the side of the mattress had a dip in it. Ok, I have to say more in order for this review to go through, so I will add that the water in the bathtub would keep accumulating as I was taking a shower, so I had to turn off the water a couple of times.

Beds are comfterable, I stayed in a renovated room and it looked so clean and spacious. Gm is so beautiful and nice same with the service and all in genial 10/10 I will definitely come and stay at this property. The pool is so clean and beautiful courtyard

Stayed here for a single night with my daughter. Hotel is nice. Updated with hardwood floors. Front desk staff was wonderful. Our only complaint was broken ice machines. They're doing some construction, so we figured they may have had the ice machines disconnected because of that.

I was so happy to have stayed at this hotel. Staff was just amazing from the time I check in to the breakfast area. To checking out. My room was so clean. And very spacious. Thank you so much everyone for the warming welcome. Norma and her staff was great in making sure I was taken care of.

Horrible was charged three times and they have not resolved my issue to date. Am considering legal action. Do not stay here you will regret it. Have spoken with different staff members and no one has been able to do anything.

We stayed there yesterday with a group. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful and even let us check in way before the official check in time. Conveniently located for a travel stop with plenty of restaurants around. Shopping Mall and Cinema in walking distance too. We had a great day in El Paso. Thank you !

Stayed here for a week we even had the opportunity to attend the Halloween party at Teddys, we enjoyed so much our stay. Beds are very comfortable, room is very spacious and clean. I was in a room that was recently renovated and they are doing a fantastic job. Hotel is looking very different I can see that they are investing money to the building. Manager Norma, very professional and attentive during our entire stay. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I really liked our hospitality, I really enjoyed breakfast but not more than the service provided by miss Holguín, Lidali. She was so attentive and respectful. I ve never seen someone that responsible and motivated towards her job. I was amazed and enchanted by the service.

I recently rented out a meeting space to conduct a presentation and had a great experience! The sales coordinator, Itzel, was a delight to work with. Everyone was very helpful, Valeria, helped me with some computer issues and was very attentive. I will definitelybe coming back!

I recently stayed to enjoy the pool one last time before it gets too cold and it was definitely worth it! The staff is always friendly and helpful at this property! We visited Teddy's at night and had a great time! The manager, Arturo, was very helpful when explaining their dress code. I will definitely be visiting again soon.

Stayed at the hotel for the weekend. I had an excellent stayed there everything cery organize and the most important very clean. Manager Norma Galaviz very nice and attentive to our stay. Norma was always making sure we have what we need in our room. Of course i will recomment for people to stay here excellent service overall.

Very time lam in El Paso tx which is about every two weeks I stay at this best western plus the are very nice and have great hospitality.the breakfast is always great and it's very quite being a truck driver that's a plus would recommend anyone to stop by you want regret it

I stayed a the hotel for for a few days for business and Marisol Nogueira was very nice and knowledgeable of hotel ameneties and cities events. All staff was very helpful my stay there was very nice will be coming back.

I stayed for almost 2 months and i absolutely loved this hotel. It was always clean, the staff was always attentive and friendly! Delicious breakfast! It has a 2 bars inside that open 6 days/week! If i ever come back to El Paso! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you

I was visiting for business purposes, during the month of July, my stay here was amazing. We had a great stay at this Best Western. Vey nice room, lots of space in the King suite for my 2 granddaughters and I. The pool area is very nice, clean and comfortable. Liked they had a security guard on site in the pool area. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Upon checking in the girls checked and found my reservation was at another hotel they helped me contact the other hotel so I could cancel my reservation I had with that particular hotel the two young ladies were very professional . after canceling the other hotel the two young ladies able to get me checked in to this hotel which is my preference each and every time I come to El Paso I highly recommend these two young ladies for a super job . There names are Nayeli and Lidali It's very hard to find representatives at the front desk of any hotel with the most pleasant smile and professionalism that these two representatives portrayed.

I had a great experience at this location! I was able to spend some time by the pool and enjoyed getting drinks at the bar in the lobby. During check out Naomi and Valeria were a pleasure to talk to and were very friendly. I will be definitely be back soon!

Recently visited and enjoyed the pool for the weekend. I was a bit confused with some charges but Valeria, the accounting assistant did a wonderful job explaining the charges and sent me my billing. Great customer service! Would definitely recommend staying here again!

The people at this location were awesome friendly and catering. Rooms were of course much older but never the less were clean. Lamar was a true gentleman in making sure we were good with our room and that all accommodations were meet. I'll be staying here again when visiting El Paso. Again this location is a little older and outdated but clean and what we were looking for when it came to having a pool and bar.

Always a great place to come for a staycation with the wife! It looks even better now that it has been remodeled!! Such a lively environment to be in. And everyone is so friendly! Definitely will be back!

Best hotel in airport área. General Manager Norma was very professional handling my requests and managing the place. I was Guest of the day and presented me with an amazing gift and points to my account. Valeria did a great job with the certificate and gift bag. Awesome staff.

I stayed there for a couple of nights and from check in Naomi and Didier were great and very friendly I showed up early and Dulce was fast at giving me a clean room. Norma and Alex were awesome during my stay they gave me vouchers for teddy's and it was great atmosphere very professionals. I enjoyed my stay definitely will come back.

First time I stay here, I'm visiting my daughter's and granddaughters. Upon my arrival Naomi is at the front desk and not only greets me with the friendliest smile and after I provide her with my name she presents me with a gift just for being a rewards member. Yes I'm impressed, why you may ask? Because this is a first! Having served in the navy I've stayed in hotels all over the world, and no other hotel chain took the time to present me with something so simple yet so meaningful specially when the establishment wants to show that you are important to them and they want to welcome you again every time your travels take you outside of your home area. Now unfortunately I do not remember the names of all the staff I came in contact with, but trust me when I tell you that they all were just as friendly as Naomi and their sense of humor was as unique as mine. KUDOS to this Best Western and mainly to the friendly staff because without them, this would be just a hotel by the side of I-10 and there's already to many of those here in El Paso. Will I stay here when I visit my girls again next month? What a silly question………… Off Course I Will!!

the team really takes care of their guests. I had a great experience and the upgrades of the hotel are really nice. The shuttle service to the airport is 24/7 what is really a big plus. I needed to leave at 4.00 am and shuttle was ready when I left the hotel

My husband and I visited this month and Naomi, the receptionist at the front desk was extremely helpful, nice, and always with the best attitude. I definitely recommend this hotel it has nice location and the entire team is great!

Ivan picked me up at the Airport and he was very courteous and friendly during the drive. He recommended me a great Mexican restaurant next to the hotel and offered to take me and picked me up. I was so excited to see that the Agave bar was finally open and was able to enjoy some drinks by the pool area and continued the night at Teddys in the same location. Great atmosphere and music. I had a great time overall and was assisted by a great management team, Alex, Norma, and Valeria all did a great job making me feel at home. Upon checking out after a month of making this hotel my home Didi from the front desk assisted me in having a late check out due to my delayed flight. Thank you for everyone that made this stay special!!

Front desk staff were amazing they were energetic and friendly. Didi was so professional in all my needs and was very attentive on my requests. Valeria and Alex welcomed me during check in and informed me i was the VIP guest of the day. They made my day, they really care about their guests. Norma the General Manager is doing an outstanding job with her team. They asked for a picture to posted on social media. Will definitely come back and try to be the VIP of the day again! Good job!!!

I am so happy with my stay in this hotel my experience overall was excellent. The Manager at the hotel is very attentive and professional, the hotel is very nice and clean. The breakfast has so many options to choose from and everything was so delicious. the room was cleaned by Griselda she left the room so clean and made sure we weren't missing anything. All the staff is so friendly, i would recommend to friends and family and will definetely be staying again in this hotel.

The bedrooms of this hotel are emasculate, great service. Nevertheless, the best part of the stay was the manager Norma Galaviz. She was very attentive on what I needed and made my stay very pleasant.

Management is Nonexistent Breakfast has no monitor in attendance Once eggs & sausage ran out hold your breath because no one was around and when found they seemed to care less! I would not stay there again and don't advise anyone else too!

Me and my husband stayed there for 2 days. We meet Lamar one the main corporate managers which gave ys a deal and we will defintely be back to this hotel in el paso. The bar was geat and the bartender she was absolutely wonderful

Hotel is close to the airport . Front desk employees provide excellent customer service, very helpful. . The pool area is large, beautiful has a jacuzzi and a game room right by the pool. The lobby has a bar and breakfast is provided. Starbucks is also right by the hotel and of course easy access to the freeway. Will definitely stay here again.

We stopped on our way East with 2 young kids and 3 cats. There were no issues. The hot tub is broken and the pool waterfall from the pictures doesn't work. Everything was comfy and clean. I would stay again under the same circumstances.

Easy access to and from I-10 . Shopping and restaurants are very close. The staff here are great. Very large and comfy lobby with a bar off to one side. Breakfast definitely one of the better we have had at any hotel. Our room was quite spacious and had a separate sitting area. Pool was outside - but not exposed to anyone other than hotel guests.

Location was perfect. However we saw cockroaches which was so disgusting! Worst thing is that we brought it up to the front desk gal's attention. & she did not do anything. It is as if this is normal for them.

When we arrive, the girls on front desk Naomi and Lidali seemed in a very happy mood. They were helpful and professional as well. The room was impecable and very accommodating. The pool was in great conditions, hallway carpet looks a little outdated but still clean. Breakfast had a good variety and great taste. Overall a great experience, management knows what they're doing and will definitely come back for another stay.

2 night stay we had to be given 3 different rooms. Outside and lobby are well kept but rooms are not very clean. Housekeeping needs to do more define cleaning and these rooms to need to be maintained to avoid slow draining showers backed up toilets and musty smelling rooms.

I had a great weekend and will be recommending this hotel to all of my friends! Friendly staff, and an amazing pool! Make sure to visit Teddy's downstairs if you visit and enjoy some karaoke on Sundays!

Great place with friendly staff. Perfect for holiday in el paso. Not too far from the airport and the mountains. Food was also very good. Rooms are clean and neat. Courtyard is beautiful. would definitely recommend this hotel

Our room was clean and stylish. It was right by the nice warm pool with outdoor seating and fire pits. The included breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The night club/bar downstairs was a little crowded but drinks were affordable and the music kept me dancing all night long. I wanted to give a special shoutout to Dulce, the Executive Housekeeper Manager. We did have one slight issue and she was quick to help and resolve the concern immediately and professionally with a smile on her face. We will definately be back again.

Was told by staff that outsiders have come to the hotel to use the pool so we had wristbands. Pool was still overcrowded. Small room for the money, no breakfast options. Front desk did not recognize award members, etc. Too much to list.

We where looking for a place that we could all enjoy and still feel like vacation away from home and this hotel did just that.. beautiful courtyard amazing customer service and very clean environment.. if you want to feel like you step away without a drive definitely recommend this hotel

Go to stay when I'm in El Paso! Best hotel experience of my life. Staff was so accommodating of every need and I had many! Love the outdoor courtyard with pool--So well maintained. Everything was clean, inviting, warm, and convenient.

I had the King suite at the Best Western Plus. I stayed with my friends and family for a week. We had the best time ever. All the staff were extremely courteous, ready to make changes, help us with any questions. The hotel is so close to the airport, so we were picked up and dropped off by the hotel shuttle, this was so convenient.

We stayed at the hotel for the weekend. We went to the bar named Teddy's had a blast. With all the different music they played we dance all night. We like the new changes in the bar, it looks outstanding. The room was very neat and comfortable. We will be back next month to enjoy the bar and the pool.

The property is located in a very convenient location. Staff was wonderful and very professional, I was help mainly by young lady named Naomi and she was great. My bathroom tub was draining slowly and I informed front desk and Alex and Dulce assisted me on fixing the issue. They make me feel appreciated. I will definitely stay again at this property when traveling back to El Paso.

Very hospitable and supportive staff who went out of their way to accommodate our needs. We traveled with a group of families and felt home. We needed a change of room and they immediately helped in moving us to a different room. Highly recommend!

Girls at front desk seemed very disinterested in helping. No mention of BW club or points. Asked for directions to our room and were told it was just down the hall. All 3 girls watched us drag our luggage in. Down hall up stairs and around a corner found room, only to discover the parking was just outside our door and we could have parked and brought luggage in. Room was disgusting. Dried poop in toilet, dingy carpet and largest cockroach I have ever seen in the sink. I worked and stayed in hotels in 3rd world countries that didn't make me feel as uneasy as this. Obviously they must have some nice rooms for people to rate them a 5, or some friends willing to BS for them.

Best experience ever! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great custumber service. Please come here. This is a great place to stay for an exceptionally great price. One again, I highly recommend!

The hotel was clean and new. The breakfast was outstanding. It's within walking distance of the airport and a number of restaurants. The rooms are smaller than usual and there is some substantial noise coming off the highway, but we slept well. Service was great.

The exterior and lobby were nice, but the interior and the rooms themselves made me feel like I was staying at a very cheap motel. The walls in the hallways were overdue for repainting, some hallways smelled like mildew and my room was not particularly nice. I thought I was paying for a nice room, not a nice lobby. Will never stay there again.

Looks like all money was spent on renovations for the grounds and lobby. While the room was horrible. Wall outlets were pulled out of three wall and left hanging. The room had an oder and the beds were not queen size even though that's what we reserved. Staff was great but I would never stay here again.

Run don't bother to stop here. Location good but room amenities are outdated. Beds two doubles were to EXTREMELY HARD TWIN BEDS. Don't stay in room 101. Room location is very noisy. Missing picture on wall. Needed deep housekeeping. Furnace filter grate dusty, filter more than likely needed changing.

My daughter and I stayed here one night on a road trip passing through to CA. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. The carpet in our room was absolutely disgusting with numerous stains and who knows what. We didn't even take our shoes off. The windows were filthy and a cigarette butt was on the tiny balcony. The bathroom reminded us of one of those from the movies where the girl dyes and cuts her hair to disguise herself. The bathroom door scraped the ceiling when you tried to close it, the shower spicket and toilet paper pulled away from the wall every time you used it. The actual shower head fell off and the coffee maker was placed right next to the sink. That is just gross. The electrical outlet was overloaded and looked like a fire hazard. Overall this hotel is dirty and outdated, I am very very disappointed with our stay and expect so much more from the Best Western chain. Pictures attached and they don't lie folks.

DON'T STAY HERE. Felt more like a disgusting motel. We walked in and someone greeted us saying someone would be right with us and then continued chit chatting with another employee. Light in room flickered the whole time, air conditioning smelled like literal poop, remote felt like it had Vaseline on it which makes me think nothing in the room was sanitized. Never saw anybody walking around sanitizing high touch areas as advertised, no available outlets so I had to unplug the alarm clock to charge phone, bathroom door wouldn't even shut, everything in room was dated and the carpet was disgusting. The list goes on but I don't want to waste anymore of my time cause I think my point is made.

We were scared to get out of our car with our baby at 1am because there were several sketchy people in different areas of the parking lot. The hotel was not that clean and just gave off an uneasy vibe

Very nice hotel, convient location, service was great, staff was very helpful, our room was the cleanliest room I have seen in a long time. The staff here showed pride in their jobs and it refkected in the presentation of this hotel.

Staff was good d but the hotel was old, dirty and in disrepair. We had to change rooms because the first room had a terrible smell, the second one was missing a photo on the wall, just the metal brackets, the carpet was filthy and there was hair on the bed linens...

I've stayed here at least once a month for the past year on business. The room is booked through a third party contracted through the company I work for. So the rooms are dated but that's ok but for them not to be clean is unacceptable.

Is not a family with kids friendly hotel because they allow other patrons to get really frisky in the pool around kids and don't do anything about it even after it's brought to their attention. There was a dead bird by the pool that's out there for 2 days that nobody picked up that I personally witnessed two of the employees walking right by it. A couple of there evening staff weren't very helpful at all they kind of thought it was a joke.

1st time staying here at this particular hotel. Check in was a breeze with very friendly staff. Pool area is awesome with the indoor/outdoor pool area. No towels were available but we went back and got some from our room. Rooms could use a little upgrading but all in all this place is great. Located right off a major highway close to several malls and restaurants some within walking distance

The beds are doubles. The rooms are dirty with showers and toilets not working properly. There were 6 couples with 6 different rooms. All were dirty with bad odors. The outside doors were slammed late night and early morning. The TV remote in our room did not work. Bath door had a hole.

This lol gem is a great find. The indoor/outdoor colorfully lite heated pool. Perfectly hot hot tub. 2 huge gas firepit with beautiful furniture around it. A large grassy courtyard with tables and BBQ kitchens. Hotel has a xl large lobby with plenty of seating and a coffee cart next to a cocktail lounge. The best part was the little room off the pool and lobby area with a foosball and pool table. This hotel also offers a mini market with a decent variety of needs. Fitness area is a moderate size offering privacy and a decent amount of equipment. Restaurant I think is only breakfast but $10 a head we had to pass. Smelled good. Found a little night club that wasn't super busy but much busier than I expected for a Sunday night. Nice size dance floor. Security at the door. Rooms were moderate in size. I usually stay at this hotel when I come to El Paso, it's my go to hotel. The front desk usually know the room that I like and always get. I did not get it this time, but it's ok. Great breakfast, like that I dont have to leave the hotel if I just wanna have a few drinks down at the lobby bar. Very nice and well kept up.

Awesome hotel. Will definitely recommend! Breakfast as well as service in the restaurant was great and the bar is a great way to relax and have a drink, while listening to music, after a long day. Everyone in the staff that I encountered was amazing, from the front desk agents to the drivers to the maintenance mans and the housekeepers!!

Very ez to get to. Many places nearby to eat at. Air port is close by. Nice swimming pool and lounge. Friendly and helpful people. Could use some more parking room. Has a shuttle to and from airport when requested.

no heat tried to get a space heater which was promised but never received. cold all night. sketchy area and strange hotel design. one review said it was a best western minus. i think it is a best western double minus.

I was put into a room where the toilet was so low to the ground that if you have bad knees or are taller that 3 feet it is very awkward. The first room I was in had a water leak ao relunctantly they moved me to a new room which hadn't been vacuumed since the last customer or maybe even longer there was a green pill on the floor under the desk and it looked like they never vacuumed it because they couldn't be bothered to bend over, there was other trash on the floor that I didn't bring in with me, needless to say I checked out early and moved to a different hotel.

I dislike writing negative reviews of hotels, especially when the staff tries its best to be helpful, but this hotel is definitely showing its age and needs work. We entered our room and wanted to cool down the room. I turned on the a/c and it sounded as if a freight train was in the room with us. The noise was so loud that I knew that it would be impossible to sleep through the racket. I went to the front desk and they immediately gave us a room in a different part of the hotel. The noise level was somewhat lower, but it was still louder than it should have been. I believe that the problem is the system which needs to be replaced entirely, as well as the worn carpeting. Both rooms are showing their age. Although it was recently painted, you cannot hide the fact that this is an old property. The location is good and the staff is helpful, but this is not a place that I would recommend

Was this room part of a crime scene? Filty carpet, blood/burn on the curtains, mirror falling apart. I had to argue with the front desk at check-in that I booked two beds. Very dissatisfied. The restaurant was supposed to be open until 9pm, the sign said open but it was not. This is not the best in El Paso TX as advertised.

Oh man! Where do I start?! I have stayed at this particular hotel for years. Always pretty satisfied, until this last stay. I made my reservations about a week and a half out. Got in late this night, like after 9pm. I knew I was in trouble after checking in and being given my key to the room when the front desk person said "oh wait" and walked in to the backroom and came out with a little bag and told me that I might need these...they were damn EAR PLUGS! She said because my room was above the night club that I might need them. Didn't even know there was a club there. Then I got up to the second floor where my room was I notice that it was down a long hallway with in-closed windows on the outer side of the hallway and all the rooms were on the opposite of the outer windows. My room so happened to be a room with a window that when the curtains pulled all you saw was a wall... a wall of the hallway. Finally, it was warm in El Paso Tx. The first thing I did was to lower the temperature of the room. It was hot in there when I first opened the room door. After a good amount of time that went by, I checked the thermostat and it read 75 degrees. Lowered it even lower to 60. Another half hour went by and the thermostat still read 75! Went down to the front desk and showed them a picture I took of the thermostat and the young lady said to me "because we have a lot of elderly staying with us the air conditioner was set to not go any lower. What the crap?! I'm older, but I can't sleep with a temperature of 75 degrees and a loud nosier unit blowing all night! There was still more, but these issues were the worst! No more Best Western Minus for me.

Looked like a nice place. After checking in we realized the bar was a kiosk in the lobby. Our room was in the balcony over the atrium where the bar was. As the night went on the noise got louder. Not very much sleep. The toilet also kept coming on every 10-15 minutes. Asked for a discount. No way. This has soured me on BW. cancelled the other reservations I had with them. They don't seem to have any control over the franchise owners. All anyone says is, sorry, (thanks for the money sucker). Going to stop using the franchise. Never had any trouble with Holiday Inn.

I thought I was pretty safe choosing a Best Western Plus. Not all are the same. The common areas looked clean and the staff were extremely nice. The room however was dark, dingy and dirty. The ceiling in the bathroom leaked and the bathroom ceiling vent dripped. The hallway and room had an odd odor. Booked for 3 nights and left after .

Filthy A/C filter lead to hot room. Room phone was not even working. I reported issues after our first night. Some 8+ hours later they still had not fixed them. The doors stuck--bathroom and front entry door.

The hotel is nowhere close to as nice as it appears in the photos. Their restaurant hours posted was not true. I wanted to eat at 7pm but they decided to close early. My room had a broken air conditioner and pee stains on the toilet see and floor. So they gave a different room. The second room I walked in had a strong smell of mold so I choose the broken a/c room.

This is a Best Western Plus?! As a loyal rewards member, y'all are way off on this one. Upon arriving, the lobby and bar area are great. Check in was also smooth. However, the rooms need an upgrade. I actually had to work on my laptop in the bathroom because there were no plugs available in the room; not even at the desk. The lamp on the desk wasn't even plugged in because there is no where to plug it in! Plugs are in the Bathroom and way behind the bed (not reachable). The beds are good but everything else seems out of date. Breakfast was weird. I thought it was included with your stay? But no.. the guy told me I had to pay or get a voucher from the front desk. Thankfully the front desk gave me one after asking. There was also no hair dryer in the room and had to call and request. This place is just not up to par for a BW “Plus”. Won't stay again

This is the second time I stayed here but be the last. The first time the room smelled like cigarette and then this trip the rooms were worse. I changed rooms 3 times and finally had to check out. My last room smelled like sewer and smoke.

The staff at the Best Western Plus was very nice and check in was quick and easy. The room was clean, though it had an odor of being a smoking room at some point. The shower would not drain, it was fixed very quickly once we called the front desk. The pillows are HORRIBLE, i would suggest bringing your own. We were confused on the breakfast, i was told to pay for it but then the book in the room said complimentary.

It's the perfect hotel for short vacations. Perfect location right at I-10 but without any noice in the facility. Clean and big rooms, sufficient parking lots and really nice pool area. The staff is polite and helpful. We really enjoyed the stay a lot.

We had a great experience during our stay. Room was clean and comfortable, very quiet. Front desk agent was very polite and professional all the time. We visited the bar and it was so much fun! Definitely we will come back.

For a moderate price we had an expanded room when we arrived. Reception was very friendly and they gave us a nice choice of gifts (BW members) and we had the best free breakfast I have ever consumed. They had fresh fruit and even pan cakes already prepared on the serving line. Very accessible from the freeway and though the freeway was near, I couldn't hear it. Within walking distance was Famous Daves (ribs), Jimmy Johns and a Steak house. What more could one ask?

I stayed at this hotel due to the location, and shuttle service. This was a business trip so I needed prompt shuttle to/from airport. I only stayed one night. Front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was good as well.

Mold in shower, mildew smell not to mention poop smell! Cleanliness of room not good! My husband is got sick in this stay and we really do think it is because of the mildew and mold in this particular hotel in El Paso Tx! We will not EVER book in this particular BW EVER AGAIN!

Breakfast was great, best one I had so far during my hotel stays. The bar at the lobby awesome, the pool area so nice to relax and a gym that open 24 hours.

i really like coming to this best western because everyone you come across from the staff is very friendly and very accommodating to our needs. I really like the most that they have the shuttle service that can take you to places that are within 3 miles. and the drivers are really nice too

The location is perfect you close to the airport, close to the mall, restaurants in the area. The hotel has a restaurant and live music in the evenings. The staff go above and beyond. Rooms are clean. An overall excellent experience.

The hotel itself is great both inside and out. It invites you in as soon as you see it, location is perfect to get around anywhere in the city within minutes, rooms are spacious, well decorated and the beds are outstandingly comfortable.

The property has been refurbished on the outside and possibly the lobby area, however, I don't think the rooms have been. The room was clean and spacious, but still had qualities that were reminiscent of an original hotel. The breakfast was good, a good selection and the breakfast manager was very accommodating. The location is extremely convenient, right off the interstate and close to several restaurants.

This is a very clean and quite hotel. Smoke free hotel but a nice common area patio garden with seating to smoke if one wanted too. The pool area was very nice, cabana right inside the patio doors to get a drink and an awesome lighted fireplace outside

I wasn't acknowledged as a Diamond Select Elite member. Room was smelly. Sheets had makeup and other stains on them. Bathroom was really dirty, only thing clean was the toilet; sink faucet was broken and leaking water. Not enough sheets, pillows, soap, shampoo nor conditioner for the amount of guests specified in the reservation. Sofa pullout wasn't prepped nor comfortable, what's the purpose of staying at a hotel if I still have to get out of my way to prep where my children are sleeping and then have them hurt in the morning because the sofa pullout was uncomfortable. Hairdryer sparked, blew out while my wife used it. Door did not lock, did not need the key card to get into my room. If I would have not used the chain lock and the additional lock in the inside of my room, anyone could have walked in and either stole from us and/or hurt us. This was in my room. The room my brother and his family was staying had other issues. Main one, the Ac did not work and all he was offered was a fan. A fan! Not even an apology nor an offer to switch rooms. My wife is the assistant manager to the Best Western in Bloomfield, NM. See their ratings (Best Western Territorial Inn and Suites) So I know what's asked of the staff and what's needed to make guests comfortable and happy with their stay. The entire staff needs extra training.

This is a remodeled hotel that has been well done. Right on the Freeway but is well insulated from the Freeway noise. Room was nice but not overly modern. Staff was helpful but breakfast left quite a bit to be desired. Not a great variety to choose from and the server did a poor job of keeping the food trays fresh and stocked.

The staff was friendly and the room was nice and kept clean. Happy hour was good too with a small buffet each evening. The cleaning staff was exceptionally friendly and accomodating. We enjoyed our stay

I was told upon check in that because I used reservations.com I would not get breakfast. BW staff doesn't like that. Got a handicap room with no window, a broken tv and no tub. Staff unhelpful, unfriendly. Won't stay here again. Grounds dirty. Not worth it.

Clean. Comfortable. Convenient. Courteous staff (Hello Bryan and Alex!). I did not get to use any amenities because we arrived relatively late. But I must say the complimentary breakfast was quite good and gave us a good start to our day. Our room was an inside so we heard no noise from the interstate. Bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if traveling to or through El Paso. Also, pet friendly.

Best complimentary hotel breakfast the US -- or pretty darn close. Solid workout facility with pull-up bar, free weights and rowing machine. The fires in the courtyard were a nice touch, too. Rooms were small but clean. If they get the propane grills in the courtyard hooked up, I'm moving in permanently.

This stay was great. The whole staff went out of their way to accommodate our stay. Breakfast was great as well as every employee we encountered. We will definitely be staying here again and recommending this pace.

I recently hosted my team of 12 sales reps. We needed a place to execute a full day meeting and some night team building. This hotel was phenomenal! The attention to detail is second to none. They have 5 different meeting rooms and a great lobby to accommodate any team. They focus on my needs to impress my team and don't “nickel and dime” you with screen fees, or other incidentals. They have a great pool with fire pits that allow for a perfect team night cap! The best part....great proximity to restaurants (walking distance), Starbucks, and the air port. Take a look at this place!!!!!

I have stayed at this hotel and have never been pleased. Unfortunately I have to stay here since my company pays for it. It is a dog hotel also and was woken up by a dog barking all morning. Maids play music while cleaning room which I don't care to listen to also thru the thin walls. They advertise an on site restaurant which I was planning on eating but they decided a private party was more important than their guest. I do bring food when I travel but unfortunately the fridge in room has no visible temperature control and my food is now frozen. And they have a coffee display in lobby with an out of order sign. This sign has been on there every time I'm here. So plan on making coffee in your room if you leave before breakfast is available or they decide on a whim to be closed for a private party.

The hotel was nice. The staff is awesome. They help when needed and are super friendly. The lobby is pretty and the pool area is nice as well. I liked that you have to use your key to get into the facilities.

This Best Western Plus lobby looked pretty good and there is a real restaurant that serves the complimentary breakfast. Our room was in another building and it was very dated. It had not been well vacuumed and there was some trash (a Qtip) on the floor from previous occupants and the towels were threadbare. The bed was more comfortable than most Best Westerns, however. The location is in a concrete jungle just off interstate 10 near the Airport. The interstate is so loud that I could not even hear the beep of my car door lock. It is not loud in the rooms, though, because there is an exterior hallway between the rooms and the parking lot. I reserved this hotel because it was the highest rated property that I could find online in El Paso that would take dogs.

We had the following issues: 1. Climate control was not working upon checking into the room. We had to wait for maintenance to fix the issue. 2. Somehow our room number was placed on the 'do not disturb list', and our room was not refreshed one day. I'm not sure how this happened, but it was not requested by us. When we brought this issue to the night manager, there was no urgency to make the situation right, nor did he seem to care.

Room was clean and Cindy at the front desk was very helpful and nice! The bed was comfortable and the gym was exceptional. We would have loved to use the pool but it was to cold. There is a bar inside the hotel that gets live and plays a variety of great music. We will definitely be staying on our next trip.

Got there send to room then someone was in my room I resverd. Went by down and went to another room and it was dirty went to my last room n drity sheets have pictures .got there at 12 mid nite ne and my 2 yes old got in the the last room at 3 am omg never had a bad experience with best western they fix it but to stay off very poor

Great location to get to many of the surrounding locations. Breakfast was good. You have to get a breakfast voucher before you go eat at the restaurant, just make sure it's included in your hotel rate. Friendly staff.

Interesting place to stay. They have a little courtyard to hang out in, a cool pool, a restaurant, bar, game room and a night club. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Check with the front desk about closing times, it differed from what they advertised. Definitely a nice place to stay after a long drive.

Not sure where the PLUS in the Name of this Best Western is coming from. The hotel is very noisy and not suitable for a good night sleep. The noise already starts at check-in because there was a band playing in the bar which is next to the check-in desk. I hardly could understand the lady and we could only talk by using our hands. We went to our Suite and noticed a strong noise coming from the bathroom. We were told the fan would stop soon after humidity levels drop in there so we opened the door and it eventually stopped. However at around 11pm it started again and this time no chance to get it off. It produced a noise around 80dB so enough to not being able to sleep anymore. The pool of the hotel is nice but the surrounding old, partially damaged and not clean. Breakfast was included in our rate but I noticed that many people were surprised that in their rate it was not. I think they did not miss much - the breakfast staff was keen to collect the tickets or money but not keen to provide tasty food or even refill. On our 3 week tour this was probably the worst breakfast we ate. I would believe there are better hotels in El Paso than the Best Western El Paso Airport hotel. So we cannot recommend staying there.

Checked in because we tried one place that wanted 250 a night. We drove back a couple miles to this BW because I am a gold crown member. Checked in with a way better price and we were given a room over looking fountain in pool area. As we walked down hall it had the smell of vomit. And hall carpet was far less than clean. I understand that they get a lot of oil workers but smelly dirty carpet has a turn off. The room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Shower products were nice and the rain shower head was good. Nothing bad about the room and if you only had to see the room it would be great. Pool area looks inviting and they have a bar area also. We got up the next day and went to get vouchers for breakfast. Never have had to have a voucher to eat before so I felt like a crook because I had to vouch for my meal. We got to eating area at about 8 AM and I kid you not except for the waffles and cold cereal there was only a single sausage patty in the hot food trays. No eggs or other stuff. I can't tell you what stuff should have been there because it was empty. Nothing! I took voucher back to desk and told them that I would have like to eaten but there was nothing. Will be calling corporate because I paid for a stay with a hot breakfast. They must have it mixed up with a NOT breakfast. I guess you can take a chance on here but I will not stay here on my return trip in 4 days.

My husband and I and my husband's family stayed here for the weekend for a funeral and the location was very convenient for our family activities. We enjoyed sitting out in the garden to chat and spend time together, and the room was very comfortable and relaxing. I wish they had provided a free breakfast.

We stopped here to rest on our way back home from California. Our room was decent. We all slept comfortably and well. The AC wasn't the coolest but we made it work. The shower was also a bit old and falling apart, but it got the job done. The room was very spacious, and neat. We didn't have a microwave. I'm not sure if we needed to request one. I'm used to just already having one in my room. No matter the case it was a good stay. We would definitely stop there again.

I stayed here even after reading reviews. Check in was fast and easy. Didn't have any issues with check in. Staff was friendly. Room was ok. The rug has some wet spots it made room smell kinda wierd. AC was not that gre at. Room did feel warm. I got a room kn the inside lobby and you could definitely hear the music from the lounge. Pool and hot tube water had a super strong clorox odor. It made my head hurt. Water was not transparent. Didnt seem clean to me. Staff was great but hotel does need some upgrades.

I stayed here for one night recently. On the plus side room was very good sized (booked the oversized room w balcony) every staff memberI encountered was friendly, the bar, exercise area other amenities were fine and a starbucks across parking lot plus right on I-10 to get to worksites was nice, The pillows were best I had of 8 days on road only BW stay, others were Marriott or Hilton family hotels. Cons - air conditioning was not up to snuff, this is a huge deal when staying in El Paso for a good portion of year. While pillows and bed were great the temperature of room itself kept me from getting best nights sleep of trip. If traveling to El Paso the A/C working at top form is a huge must, I would check with them to make sure I got a room where it works as it should or would move to another hotel. (I did see AC serve vehicles outside so hope they were working on system) I would add my balcony door didnt work, almost had to lift and carry to use balcony. Since they charge more for those rooms makes one wonder if management is committed to property. If you charge more but allow substandard conditions and nonworking amenities makes one wonder, All that said I would definitely consider this property if staying again in El Paso due to staff and overall impression, I would call ahead and make sure assigned rooms AC works though....

lobby waiting area carpet filthy, person who checked me in was more interested in talking to his friend on the phone than checking me in, burnt out light in room on the night stand-was told to come to the lobby to get one. no clock radio in the room-was informed it was broken and had been removed. no liquid hand soap, noliquid bath soap.used soap was left on the bathtub rim. table was sticky.

This Bestern Western Plus really earns the "plus" in it's name. They have a neat and clean hotel inside and out. Two bars and a restaurant onsite. Nice pool area. Great interior rooms. Shuttle service straight to and from airport and within 3 mile radius. Andy will take you to eat or to a local shop. He is a great shuttle driver and has excellent customer service skills! Even better, is Felix, at the front desk. He is very attentive to his customers needs. He went out of his way to be helpful to us. I can't enough about this hotel and its staff. Your stay is about the experience and ours was the best!

The staff were very friendly. There were maintenance items that needed attention. The room was clean. It is on the frontage road by the interstate, but I did not hear the constant traffic. You get a voucher for breakfast in the restaurant, and the manager in the restaurant was awesome. The food was great!

Better staff!! I was having major surgery the next day. The ac had been out all day. And they would not refund my money! I had to go pay 200 dollars a night at another hotel after I booked this one way in advance! Air conditioning had not been working all day. Waited over 9 hrs. And your front desk had the audacity to tell me I only have 30 min to go find another hotel to say at before I could get anything back. And I still had to pay! I used to love best western hotels. Use them for vacations and most travels. This will be the last time I stay at any best western!

we checked in and were given a room. the AC was not working and making a loud noise. we switched rooms with the same issue . temprature in the room kept increasing and we kept hearing a lot of noise from the night club. hence we moved again to another room. the AC was working but the room had a bad odor.

This hotel is older which is fine if it is maintained. But that is not the case here. The a/c filter was so clogged in my room that it looked like Chewbacca was living in it. The room smelled like a port-a-potty after a monster truck show. The sheets were stained. The towels were stained. I didn't see any bugs, though, which was good. And be aware that you need a ticket when you check in to be able to get breakfast in the morning. I was not told about this and then got yelled at by the breakfast police about where my ticket was and how I needed one immediately. I stayed here for a business trip but did not sleep much at all due to the noisy neighbors each night.

Hotel was good, clean, nice, wifi worked well etc. Host that checked me in was annoyed that I bothered her. I'm a Diamond Select member and usually treated well but she just didn't seem to care about anything. I'd recommend the Hotel because employees come and go. The hotel was a good place to stay and convenient.

Stayed 5-11-18. The price was great! The bed very comfortable. The air conditioner worked just fine except for the very loud motor. Room nice and clean, bathroom nice and clean. I have not experienced a lower to the floor toilet than the one in this bathroom. It need to be replaced. Other than the toilet and loud fan everything was great. We did not get to experience the free buffet breakfast at the inhouse cafe called .Gallery 3 kitchen. We did however eat dinner there and the food was outstanding. Good job guys.

This place worked well for us coming from the airport, staying overnight and picking up our rental car at the airport the next day. The room was average, but comfortable enough and clean. It was also amazingly quiet, considering how close the building is situated to I-10. We enjoyed the musician at Happy Hour, making for a relaxing evening after a long day of air travel. Check-in and check-out was a breeze.

I am currently sitting in my room at this hotel, just checked in today and felt the need to leave a good review already. I traveled to El Paso from VA with a friend and my daughter, we all find travel stressful. We had booked our stay at the Super 8 just down the road and when we arrived, we didn't feel comfortable staying there. We immediately started looking for somewhere else to stay. We came across this Best Western Plus and called them and the lady at the front desk was SO helpful and answered all our questions...even after we called like 3 times. Lol. We decided to book with them and they sent their shuttle over to get us at the Super 8. As soon as the shuttled arrived, we felt better. The driver was dressed in a Best Western uniform and was so nice and helpful. RIGHT next door to the hotel is a Starbucks, we were excited about that since we didn't have a car. When we walked into the hotel, we felt relieved and comfortable and safe. The actual rooms are perfectly fine, nothing special or fancy but no complaints. The staff made the extra effort to get my friend and me rooms side by side. They have a gorgeous little pool with a waterfall and courtyard area with relaxing and grilling. The restaurant in the hotel, Gallery 3 Kitchen, is fantastic. We had a long and exhausting day and were hungry and were soooo pleased with the food we got. Like I mentioned, we had a long stressful day of travel. I seriously breathed a sigh of relief when we walked into this hotel. Once I finish my stay here, I'll update if I have any changes to this review, but just being able to finally relax and enjoy this day, made this pick worth it!

Best Western Plus are typically the NEWER hotels. This one does not state that it is refurbished. I guess the chain will allow you to refurbish to meet a criteria for PLUS? This was definitely not a good experience. Plumbing does not work - the toilet clogged more than I could count and had to call the front desk. TOOK THEM FOREVER! Not enough reachable plugs to recharge or use your laptop. Had to crawl under the desk and the plug had one with 6 plug available but WOULD NOT STAY PLUGGED IN. The staff was friendly but not helpful. I've been a BW member for years and NEVER had an experience like at this hotel. I will definitely be doing my homework for future stays at a Best Western. Very disappointed.

I took away one start just because the hot tub was broken last year when I took this trip and this year it was WAY too cold to be called a hot tub. After a long day of travel or visiting you want to relax.

The hotel for the most part was outdated and run down.The staff was friendly for the most part.The noise level was very high.The decor was very worn and out of style.The smell of smoke permeated the intire room.

We had a reservation and check-in went smoothly. We were told to park near door 4. After we parked and started carrying bags, we saw a note on door 4 that it was not working (tried it - locked). This caused a longer walk to our room with an A/C or small plumbing leak dripping at the top of the stairs with NO sign warning you. The room itself was large and comfortable and seemed clean. Went for ice - machine on our floor was broken, had to go downstairs. Went to the hot tub to relax, there were no towels. Told the desk before we got in the tub (it was a nice one with a nice pool) that there were no towels, they said they would take care of that. After a 15 minute soak, still no towels. I dripped my way to the lobby to tell them; finally someone brought some towels. During the night we found that the toilet in our room runs occasionally causing a minor nuisance. The best thing about this hotel was the breakfast, it had many hot choices in addition to the normal items.

If you bring your family to this hotel be prepared to hear other people having sex next door. Also the rooms look very old and the balcony is horrible, we requested extra sheets and towels for four but only had 2 so we had to request twice.

We were looking for a nice relaxing vacay for the weekend, but i felt uncomfortable here. I've stayed at a lot of hotels and I was disappointed with our stay. The room wasn't ready by 3pm as it was supposed to be and although some staff were helpful and nice others acted offended you were asking them anything. Every other hotel I've stayed at everyone was so nicer and welcoming, out was weird here. Went to the cafe there and 6pm and the waitress saw us there, we had some questions about the menu, but she did not approach us after some time so we just left. Breakfast there was not that great anyways and some of the food was stale. The room was small but fit our needs, it was clean but the carpet looked like it needed cleaning. The pool was nice but overcrowded and the Jacuzzi was small, only about the size for 4-5 adults. The pool towels were always running out too. The fire pits at night were nice but access to the pool area with more than one door would be nice. The indoor/ outdoor pool is what ultimately sold me on this place but I don't plan on staying there again.

The hotel could be ok but in the same building stands a nightclub. Until 1am the all room can enjoy loud music and wall vibrations. I was arriving from Europe and could not find sleep until very late. Terrible choice. See the window view.

Helpful staff, there was an issue with the heating and cooling of my moms room. When we got to the hotel her rom was warm (75•) so she set the thermostat to (68) we left to do some shopping and go to dinner, when we returned her room was so hot (87) it was only blowing hot air. We went down to talk to the people at the front desk about it and right away they had a maintenance personal go up and address the issue. They were able to fix it and the room cooled off in no time.

We were very pleased with our 1 night stay with our Yorkie. Other hotels in the area were charging huge pet fees, so we chose this Best Western for their reasonable pet fee. The king bed was super comfy and the room was very clean. We liked the added convenience of having a restaurant on site. They delivered a wonderful dinner to our room. Went to get glass of wine from bar and found it playing very loud music and was very dark (would avoid the bar). But overall the stay was good and we would stay again.

To make a very long story short. Arrived Christmas weekend alone with my dog, paid in advance, lady in front said there was a glitch in their system with my payment, I told them I had a dog, paid for pet fee. They gave me key to room. Got to room and at 2am in the morning manager named Camillo, I'm sure spelled wrong, called me and said I needed to get out of room and pay. Got up, 2am, took my dog to front desk with me However locked my phone in room. I asked the manager of I could get let in to get my phone, he said no, not til you pay. I said I paid in advance, it's 2am, I need my phone to look up payment on account. Once again in front of customers , "no! You can not have your phone til you pay." Meanwhile, I have my dog and it's now almost 230am. I take my dog to car, come back, note he has security standing by me. Once again, I need my phone to show I paid, no you can not have it til you pay. Finally, security asks where is it and goes and gets it for me. Note it's getting closer to 3am. I finally get phone, looking through account, he says I am going to call cops! I said what, I am looking to see where I paid, he said well I'm going to call cops if you don't pay and started picking up phone. I true to call husband but he is in a different state and it's 4 am for him. As I'm calling the manager this time yells!!! I'm calling cops now!! You can't stay here!!!! Go!!!! I'm on the , calling cops!!!!! I'm like what? So confused, never have I been treated this way, and I've never been in a fight in my life! It was degrading and is still bothering me terribly as I type this. I got into the car, went to a gas station, called my bank who is 24 hours for military, because yes, I am a military spouse as well! If you are in military please do not stay here, they do not give respect at all or try to work out an issue in a respectable way. After calling my bank I realized he charged me anyway even though he kicked me out at 230am, where I had 7 more hours to drive. I will never stay at a best western again after this horrible treatment! Customers please beware! All I want us my money back that they charged me, even though I did not get to stay the night and my pet fee back!

This hotel is conveniently located and the exterior of the hotel is decent. The lobby is updated and very attractive - however the room we were assigned to was dark (poorly lit) and not in the least attractive - the furnishings were old and even scratched up - the pillows were soft and lumpy - more like a room you might find in a Motel 6 - certainly not up to the standard we have come to expect from Best Westerns. When we complained, we were given the choice of that room or one other. The second room was practically identical to the first - but because we had been on the road for many hours and were too tired to look for another place, so we stayed. On a more positive note, the shuttle service to a local restaurant for dinner was a nice feature, and breakfast the next morning, which was included, was really very good. Despite that, we will not stay in that Best Western again.

Best Western Plus El Paso Airport Hotel & Conference Center Good hotel in El Paso near airport area, and very close to highway Hotel had good complementary breakfast. Hotel is Old and not a new one. But it has lot of plus points. Room was very spacious (KING SUITE) Room was very neat. Room had Bagavat Gita (Holy book for Hindus) along with Bible, it was a surprise and gave great happiness. Hotel has 2 floors and no elevator (you have to climb 10 steps to go to second floor) Highly recommend it.

This hotel has not been updated nor has it been cleaned lately. My family and I had a horrible experience here on Dec 29th. It took 3 rooms to find one that had working plumbing and cleanliness that was almost acceptable. The music from the bar kept us up until 3am and we used our Diamond points for this personal stay. This was a big mistake. Think twice before staying at this hotel. Keep on driving, as far away as possible!!!

My family travels so much, especially with my husband's career. We stopped at this hotel on our road trip home from AZ. We stayed one night. I am traumatized from this overnight stay. After we checked in and got our key, we unloaded our luggage and brought our three kids (7, 6 and 16 months) upstairs to our room, to find that it is inhabited. Luggage everywhere and towels and an odor that I have never smelled in my life. We quickly slammed the door shut and my husband ran down to let front desk know and to maybe even check if someone is alive in that room. Their response was very passive and they gave us another room, on top of their nightclub. Music thumping all night. Our plumbing in our room was backed up. Toilet overflowed from a normal use at 4 am causing us to have to move rooms due to flooding at 5 am. None of us slept after that. The new room at 5 am smelled of cheap perfume and had a dirty jacuzzi tub. We quickly showered and got out of there. Only had 2 towels in our room and when I asked for more on the way to the gym, they told me they ran out of towels and I waited an hour before they could wash and dry more. The gym was new and updated in looks but equipment were from the 90's. Dirty, sweaty gym towels all over the floor and on the racks where the clean towels laid. Breakfast was a buffet with a grumpy server who literally looked at us like we were forcing her to work. Food was questionable, so we al only ate cereal and husband and I drank coffee. In short, we were traumatized from this visit and if you have a reservation. Book somewhere else. Trust me. This is not a motel for families and the building needs to be gutted and remodeled. Our first room had live wiring on the floor that was exposed that our toddler can grab and I am sure would not pass code inspection. This night was a nightmare for our family and we had to drive sleepy-eyed the next day to continue on our way home due to lack of sleep here.

I've stayed at this location about six times and the overall service has always been great. I would like to compliment the entire staff from desk services, housecleaning to maintenance and food services for the extraordinary job they do. One thing I would like to request is that they straighten the mirror in the west elevator, it's been loose and crooked since the first time I've stayed .

The hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast was really good. We checked in late so we didn't have time to look around the property. Other than the television service, our stay was nice. We would recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times to visit my boy, my solider... This particular visit wasn't an easy one, my boy was deploying overseas and our time together was fabulous considering the situation. We checked in on Friday November 17th, huge annual party for the hotel if I understood correctly. For those of you whom complain about the noise, let me tell you we were next to the courtyard and the noise didn't effect us nor did we hear it. Cheers to the staff for putting on a wonderful event!!! The staff goes above and beyond to ensure our/my experience at this hotel is fabulous, I can't thank them enough. I would like to put a shout out to the entire staff, which includes house keeping, maintenance, grounds keeper, restaurant staff, front desk and the GM Alex Herra. Our room was fabulous, the hotel grounds were very clean, the pool and hot tub were exquisite and our overall experience was wonderful! During my stay's I have seen improvements, this might now be a five star hotel for some but it's the entire staff that makes it a five star for me. My only recommendations, upgrade TV's, more channels and update décor in rooms which I believe this hotel is in the process of doing. Lastly, Thank you Marisol- you are a Rock Star. Please order me some shower slippers for my next visit. Alex, you are doing a fantastic job as GM keep doing what you are doing, Rebeca and Nicole you are very professional and passionate Thank you all for making this stay one to remember. Lastly, my dog loved you all. We will be back for the homecoming of my son upon his return from overseas!!! Happy Holiday's to the best staff!!!

The good: The front desk staff was excellent and helpful, and the room was nice and clean. The breakfast was good and the server was very professional, pleasant and helpful. The bad: Worst service at the hotel lobby bar that I have ever experienced. With two bartenders and about 10-12 patrons, there was a lot of activity behind the bar but it wasn't about serving the guests. I cannot say I know what they were doing back there, but they weren't serving drinks or making money for the bar. At 6 p.m., when most good bars are busy with happy hour or something, these two bartenders were prancing around, one eating potato chips, the other just plain not serving anyone, and it took me 20 minutes and bellying up to the bar to get one drink. It was so ridiculous I just sat there and watched and waited to see how long it would take to be noticed. It didn't happen. Even when I approached the uncrowded bar, it took at least 5 minutes for the bartender to acknowledge me. It was weird. My room was in the back of the property and far from the only elevator. I could park in the back (very tight parking, meaning cars are so close together I saw people hit other car doors when exiting their vehicles), and take the stairs to my room. Or walk a few city blocks and take the elevator. Some reviews complain about the nightclub in the building, but I didn't hear any noise from it. It was all just too inconvenient, and I will stay elsewhere in the future.

The pool area is fabulous, but this is a very urban area next to the freeway. There are some restaurants in walking distance, but the hotel bar closed early and there was some awful club underneath the hotel. The staff were mostly helpful. Breakfast was disappointing, not very fresh. The gym was was decent... but you need to be a bit of an exhibitionist. Very convenient for the airport with a handy shuttle bus.

Good food, nice staff, next door to Starbucks and easy airport access. This is what all travelers look for! The hotel is much larger than it appears, but most of it has been updated and it looks good.

We were in El Paso for a comedy show, stayed at this hotel overnight. The location wasn't close to our venue, but I would have stayed here anyway! It's a very modern hotel, the room and bathroom was very spacious. Even the water pressure was good! The bed was super comfy- we have 2 school age children, and I don't remember when I last slept in- but thanks to this bed, we caught up on some much needed sleep! There's a “happy hour” at a bar they have in a sitting area off the lobby; we weren't able to participate, but if we had enough time we definitely would have. The pool was really cool, and the large sitting area outside was perfect for morning coffee. Overall, very pleased with our stay.

The hotel was very clean, restaurant was wonderful, a small bar is set up in the lobby area in the evening - so it was wonderful to go there, listen to the one man band with a drink while I waited for dinner. I will definitely be staying there again when I go back to El Paso for work. The hotel staff was wonderful too!!!

For the most part, the room was adequate except for the hair dryer needed to be squeezed at the plug in order to work and the bathroom exhaust fan did not work. In addition, the bathroom tiles on the tub was coming off and needed to be grouted again.

I stay at this hotel whenever I need to be in El Paso and it's always clean, comfortable, and the staff is extremely caring. The patio area is always a nice place to relax and the location is very convenient.

Overall the staff here is very friendly and willing to help with anything you need. Breakfast is great with a variety of choices. Hotel is conveniently located near great restaurants. Starbucks within walking distance. Short drive to shopping and more great restaurants. Pool looks amazing!

Jonathon was awesome!!! Helpful Kindhearted...I was comfortable during my stay and he took me to the mall, bank and airport! He was able to help me meet my deadlines! The front desk staffs too were amazing!!! Making my comfortable was their priority....unfortunately I dont remember their names....

Stayed here on our drive to Orlando. Pretty decent hotel for a long drive. Breakfast was not bad. Good place with lot of character. Older building but clean. I would stay here again when I make my cross country trip.

i have to go to texas frequently for work and i always book this hotel for my trips as this is both cost effective and has great staff. I have a really nice rapport withe the staff here and this hotel provides all the benefits to travellors.

It was my family trip and I must say the services were amazingly better than the other hotel chains of Best Western that I came accross. I loved the room interiors and the house keeping staff that helped me out even in the middle of the night. I would recommend this to my fellow travellers too!!! Great work.

Stayed here while visiting my son at ft bliss. Never been to El Paso before. Hats off to Neyra and Gina made a switch for me and my family at the last minute. Will visit and suggest to others just to be able to deal with employees like them. Thanks ladies.

The best western was not a bad hotel but it was a little outdated and musty smelling. However the room I had was spacious and the staff was excellent. This is a large Best Western and my room was far from the front desk. If you stay you should ask for a room closer to the coffee. I can't say enough about the staff. They were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was just another hotel breakfast. The location for this property was perfect. Central to most everything and on the interstate so quick access to other areas.

I went to this hotel for the first time with my husband and had a great experience with the concierge, the staff was really helpful when i asked about the places to visit nearby and how to reach them. The rooms were always clean and we stayed here for a week and both me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will surely be coming here again!

Room are old , no data ports, no outlets by the bed area to plug anything into 1 lamp on desk had a plug. Refrigerator froze my food and drink. Lobby was nice , pool area was nice though pool towels were like hand towels.

This hotel is conveniently located near the highway with easy access to shopping and dining. The price was reasonable and the service excellent. A shuttle is also available to get around. The staff is very friendly. I would stay here again.

My first trip to El Paso. THe service is excellent. The room was huge and modern and the bed was awesome!! I will stay again on my next trip. All the technology is up to date and the food at the cafewas good.

This property is advertised as Best Western Plus and it is everything but Plus. Stinks of cigarette, the building has been refurbished but they did not do a good job. The plumbing is terrible, sink and shower take a lot of time to drain and toilet needs several flushes to clean. Cable and internet are bad. will never return

I had recently stayed at this property during my visit to El Paso for a conference. The front desk also booked me an airport shuttle which saved time and hassle of booking one myself. The rooms were okay but breakfast was good. If you are in El Paso and do not want to spend a dime on your stay then this could be one of the options.

Don't stay here. It was a terrible experience for a Hotel close to the Airport. It was the worst BW Plus I have booked. I really expected better. The pictures on the ADD were very misleading. I was very disappointed.

The courtyard is the shining star of this hotel. Pool with a waterfall, 2 gas grills with plenty of preparation area, lots of seating area and even a putting green. A pool table (needs to be refelted) and a foosball table are in a glassed in area with an area to get drinks at the bar. There is a night club right in the hotel with great music and dancing area with live music some nights and a DJ others. Balcony rooms at a decent price. As soon as they get the breakfast back like it should be, it will be promoted to excellent. Wonderful place to stay to just relax and enjoy.

Wow! Great service!!!! Gina saw how stressed we were got us in the right size room and even walked us to its door! She gave us a suggestion on where to eat and AGAIN she was perfect. Gina needs a raise or at least recognition!!!

What a great place to stay with a friendly staff, great food and comfortable setting and rooms. Gina at the front desk was very friendly, curtious and professional. Also of great assistance and customer service was Willy and Osvaldo. Over all I was very impressed with this overnight.

Overall experience was okay. We thought the place was affordable for a one week stay. The room is clean and what you see is what you get. The extraordinary thing is the the buffet which really has good options. So far it's worth the stay. We even had the chance to relax and use their pool. It's quite cool having an an indoor pool that still has an outdoor view.

The saying a picture is worth a thousand words is often true however don't believe the photos shown on their website. I arrived to find a shower that did not work, light socket that was broken and wet carpet. I asked the desk attendant about the shower and he says I was turning the handle the wrong way-how many ways is their to turn a shower faucet-I travel 70% of the time for work and have seen many a shower! The custodial staff was friendly and done an excellent job cleaning the room however, when returning from dinner I saw one of the two evening female desk clerks sprawled out on the side counter as if she was at the beach-after what I'd seen, no surprise. They had an attractive breakfast bar. While I cannot say for certain, in all fairness, I ate there on the first morning and was sick for two days, again don't know if this was the culprit however, very coincidental as I'd not eaten anything up to the time I'd arrived.

This hotel has great curb appeal from the outside looking in. The staff is friendly and it has many great amenities including margarita night, salsa night and plenty of fun things going on. However the rooms leave something to be desired. From the ceilings in disrepair to the wall furnishings. The room was clean and in order it just needs some tlc. From the looks of the exterior and the lobby i expected a better room.

I was extremely surprised how nice this hotel was given he price. The lobby/bar and pool are were extremely nice. The staff was extremely helpful. He bar tender and kitchen staff were more than helpful.

Whenever I travel, I always take into consideration the pool area. I have 4 kids and having a recreation area is really important, especially a swimming pool. Good thing Best Western at El Paso has an indoor pool that is extended as an outdoor pool which made the kids extremely happy and had an overall enjoyable vacation. Another thing my husband and I liked in the hotel is their gym which we use every day before breakfast. We stayed for 4 nights and is very satisfied with their facilities.

I did some research and was looking for a decent hotel we can stay for a week. We visited a family friend at Downtown El Paso and surprisingly, this hotel actually exceeded our expectations. I'm not quite sure about the reviews I read here but I can say that our overall experience was great! The staff are nice and their treatment to their guests are professional. The room we stayed is clean and well maintained. This hotel deserves a good review. Looking forward to my next visit.

Average Hotel for the money. Watch your stuff. Had things stolen while staying there. The weekend cleaning staff not that great. The cleaning staff during the week did a good job. Good location if you don't get a room facing I-10. I would think it would be noisy. Parking a little tight in front. Older Hotel put well maintained. Good breakfast. Places to eat within walking distance.

I had a 2 day stay here. I was in the USA for work in Texas & California. My client arranged the stay as it was closeby to their work office. The location is great since it's a minute from the airport and less that 5 minutes to the office. The rooms were massive. I liked the pool area the most. The lobby bar was nice for a few drinks post work. I had breakfast both days and was good. Only problem is the hotel is so large that the walk from the room to the lobby can take time.

let me start by saying that I knew before I made my reservations that the hotel building is old but it had recently been upgraded. I am going to address my room issues, first. The door to the room is coming off the hinge to the point that you have to push it in to open and push it in to close. As soon as I walked in and turned on the overhead light, I noticed that one of the light bulbs was burned out. In my opinion these two matters should have been addressed by staff and the repairs quickly taken care off. Now the guess door into building 1 from the parking lot, I realized after the third attempt that most of the time I did not need to use my pass card because it was not properly secured. Same goes for the door to the pool area. Now I am going to address an issue that really upset me, the laundry room. You have two washers and two dryers. I went to use the washing machine and found only one washing machine available. I placed my clothes in the machine and placed my 2 dollars in quarters in the slop, no problem there. When I returned later, I found a guest that was using the other washing machine and on of the dryers. He informed me that the only machine that worked was the washing machine that I was using, but the other washing machine and the two dryers did not work. He stated that the maintenance man had gone to get signs to place on the machines. I went down to the front desk and asked if there was any other washing machines on the property and I was told that the machines on building one second floor where the only ones. I had to go back to the laundry room get my wet clothes and go find a laundromat to wash my clothes. When I returned, only one of the machines had an out of order sign on it. As for my room being clean and me having enough clean towels no problem there. I also enjoyed the breakfast and the hot coffee

Good thing my sister recommended Best Western when we visited El Paso last month. It is one of the most convenient hotel to get to Downtown El Paso. Even though our flight was delayed for almost an hour, the shuttle staff showed professionalism and were really nice. It was also the same shuttle who drove us to the airport. We stayed for three nights and we were able to relax after a full day out. We loved the ambiance and location which was added to the great memories of our trip.

I've been here twice for business and during my second visit I wasn't very impressed. Room looked a bit dirty and in need of some refreshing maintenance, even the lobby and restaurant were not at their best. Breakfast was good, still they ran out of some things even thought it was early morning. Staff was friendly and position is good.

The lobby area is very nice, but the room areas are in need of attention. Many of the "security" doors did not work, walls and doors were dirty. The pool area was very dirty and unkempt: garbage strewn around and cigarette butts in the fireplaces. The hot tub smelled strongly of urine. On the positive side, the restaurant and bar area are great. One of the best burgers I've had in awhile. Very friendly and helpful staff all around.

The courtyard is nice with an indoor/ outdoor pool, places to lounge, and a putting green. There is live music and the bartender, Chantel, was very nice, good drinks, and super at doing her job! I was a little disappointed in the room, But the rest of the amenities makes up for it.

I love stopping at this hotel when I visit El Paso. The front desk staff is amazingly awesome!!! The General Manager Alex is sooooo PROFESSIONAL!!! He always greets everyone with a smile and always listen with any concern. I love the pool and whirlpool. And the waterfall is a very nice touch. The breakfast and kitchen food is so delicious!!! The Agave and Teddy's bars are fun to be at. The bartenders are super nice and fun. But most of all, the staff at the hotel are the best!!! There is nowhere else I would stay at when I'm in town

We really enjoyed this hotel. It was in a safe area, the room was clean, and maybe the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. We were only there for one night, but really enjoyed our time there. Very quiet and relaxing place to stop over.

BEST BREAKFAST W best host at 6 am ever! The gym was enough for cardio and some dumbell/stretching. The bed was comfortable w nice sheets/towels Shower Head ROCKED! Internet worked great. Happy Hour is lobby w music man was awesome. Just needs a room scrubbing!

BW-El Paso is the best BW I have stayed at. The staff was attentive and caring. The location is proximate, whether you are going to downtown, the airport or to Fort Bliss. And there is an excellent Starbucks across the car park.

Awful hotel, but great staff. Just an overall awful experience. From the inedible breakfast to the non working tv to the ac unit that was noisy enough to keep us awake all night to the almost $25 in additional "state and local taxes" that somehow appeared on the bill. We'll definitely be driving on to the next hotel ext time.

Rooms were old, shower head sprayed all over the bathroom. Beds were okay. Staff was nice, parking good. However we stayed at best Westerns our whole trip and this was the most expensive and sadly the lowest quality room. No continental breakfast.

Stayed 9 nights... lady that checked us in was rude, 1 night fire alarm went off just as I feel asleep no it's all clear or sorry about that that just acted as if it didn't happen, power outage 1 night, no cable over night 1 night, half dresses lady on Fri and sat on the loby, sometimes we would get 1 towel sometimes 2 for 3 of us.

Everything was nice about this hotel except the Jacuzzi which was colder than the swimming pool. It was fine for kids I guess but I'm not a child and like to relax in a HOT Jacuzzi. Breakfast buffet was yummy, the bar they had downstairs was an unexpected amenity and was fun. Rooms are nice too, but one of my main determinations in booking a room is to be able to have a Hot Jacuzzi/hot tub.

This is sad to leave this review because we really liked the pool and checkin but I have to post. We stayed for a couple nights and had an ok stay but I just want to say this is the first time we have ever had a dirty room assigned to us and never received towels or housekeeping until we checked out. I went down to the front desk the first night and requested towels because we didn't have any for a shower, they called someone and they delivered them in about 20 mins so the second night we came back to the hotel to shower and get to bed and we didn't have clean towels or a tidy up (which I don't care if it's not done when staying multiple nights, but I would like towels :/) so I called for some and never received them. The front desk boy said they were really busy and it would take about 25-30 mins. So we just used the old towels we left for the housekeepers. And it was just not pleasant. Lots of trash. Housekeeping nonexistent. The trash/food in the pic was there for the entire stay.

Man this hotel had so much potential when you walk in reception area is very nice looks like a high end hotel. Breakfast was delicious nice seating area has a cool swimming pool with a little bar and pool room by it and a full bar which doesn't disrupt hotel much. Then you start heading to your room and your confused, definitely need updating to continue this way. Hallways are falling apart, Paint is chipping off all over the place. The rooms are small, bathrooms even smaller, roof is low and weird. They by no means looked like the pictures I saw online. I really felt dooped on this one :(.

My time spent at this hotel has been an enjoyable experience. Not only have I had great breakfast, I also received excellent customer service as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to any other traveler looking for a place to stay. This place has happy hour each weekday. The bartender, Chantel, is awesome. She would be happy to make you any kind of drink you want or you can stick with the beer. Go check it out.

I stayed here for 2 nights during a softball tourney. The hotel is very well kept for an older building. The staff is outstanding every problem I encountered in my room was dealt with immediately. Then I finally was given a different room. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. One problem was not enough outlets for a phone charger. The restaurant offered a free breakfast which was good. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, etc. They also had a pretty lively dance club downstairs called Teddy's Flame Room. They played a lg variety of music kumbias, salsa, 70's,80's, country etc. It does get crowded quickly and it's not very big. I would like to add when getting a room you may want to get one away from the night club. I had rooms above the night club and you could here the music all night.

I stayed at this hotel on a Friday night (6/16/17) and heard the bass from the bar/club that exists in the hotel until 2:30 am. I am not sure if it's as bad during the week but it's not a great place for those who like a quiet room. I don't feel as though I was appropriately made aware of this when I checked-in or when I made the reservation.

not so commendable Best Western Hotel. Toilet flush were not working as they are supposed to. You need to flush them severel times to flush the waste. Slow check-in services by staff. but Staff and personeel in the hotel were friendly and accomodating;

Great value for money. Hotel has a resort feel (except the pillows). The pool & hot tub, fire pits, putting green, patio with fountain and "green space" was really nice and gave it the feel of being a resort. It also had a bar, disco and restaurant so you never had to leave unless you wanted to. There was a really good steakhouse within walking distance (West Texas Steakhouse) and other good restaurants. There is also a shopping mall nearby.

I attended a wedding reception at this hotel and it was awesome! The facility was immaculate, the food was incredibly tasty and the staff were so attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

By far the best bartender I've had in El Paso. Her name is Chantel, and she took great care of me. Great attitude, great suggestions for drinks...I think I appreciated her more because she actually laughed at my jokes lol...this is Definitely the place to be. The place to relax and enjoy yourself. The place to be at peace.

On a business trip and my first stay here. Super close to the airport great facilities too. Great hotel for business! Chantel at the bar is the absolute best! Give it a try on your next tip I recommend it

We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was in their restaurant and the employees were very pleasant to us. If I had a complaint it might be that the rooms are awkward to get to sometimes. Easy from the lobby and complicated to find when by the stairs.Not bad for El Paso

This is the hotel I always stay in when I travel to El Paso. Chantel at the bar was great and has a wonderful smile. Need to get hockey channels at the bar. The gym is fantastic for a hotel workout. They have free weights and machines. It is close to many great restaurants and is convenient to the airport and highway. I certainly will be back the next time I come to El Paso.

I stay at this property at least eight time a year and I find that the positive / friendly hotel staff often make my stay feel like my second home. To add, the convenient location, nice pool, and the "swanky" lobby make me feel like I'm getting a great deal.

Me and my wife stayed here for our honeymoon, it was great!! Hotel has a fun bar downstairs staff was awesome also it has shuttle service so its a big help also the shuttle driver Andy was really nice and helpful will definitely come back soon!!! A+++++

Had the experience of staying at this hotel during my business trip and it was wonderful, very clean, and organized. The staff there was very friendly but specially Marisol. She went the extra mile in helping me with anything that I needed during my stay there. I will definitely come back and stay at this hotel again.

Chantel provided me phenomenal service.. by far the best service I ever had in any of my vacations. I recommend this location for a great time. There was no wait time on service. The best western was clean from head to toe.

I went with a friend to visit the best western bar called Teddy's. We met Chantel here, and I have to say she is the best bartender I've had in a long time. She is attentive, knows her craft and loves to talk with patrons from all over the country. This is the best bar I've been to in El Paso, and Chantel had everything to do with it.

Best airport hotel to stay at.They don't always clean the rooms.But the bar is the best & the bar tender CHANTEL is the best.Swimming pool hot tub are really nice also. But really the bar is the best.

I arrived later than expected, Andy came to pick me up with no problems. Then check in was super easy. It was a nice surprise to get a drink ticket! Chantel made everything to order and was a great conversationalist as well. I would recommend solo female travellers make a reservation and enjoy themselves as I did!!

The hotel has extremely professional staff and the entire experience has been one of the better business trips I have been on. Chantel at the Agave Lobby bar was personable and very genuine. She engaged the hotel guests, offered area attraction recommendations, answered questions about the local area, and was a pleasure to be around. She knew how to handle difficult situations and made everyone at the bar comfortable.

Conveniently located near the I-10, they have a free local shuttle service which took us back and forth from the local stores. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious. My kids really enjoyed the heated outdoor and indoor pools. My husband and I had a great time at the Agave tequila bar! The staff was accommodating when we requested for a late check out.

My family and me live in Juarez, border city to El Paso (most of our family live over there). So whenever we have a party or event in El Paso that we know will last till' the wee hours of the morning we love staying at this hotel. It might sound silly since we're so close from home, but we feel like its our little get-away place (like we're on vacation) at least for a day. The rooms are so nice! Very spacious, clean and comfortable. We've stayed here 4 times already!! We usually stay for one night, but we sure enjoy every minute of it! Our favorite thing is the indoor/outdoor pool! We highly recommend this place!

My experience was great. The staff treated me like family. Teddys was a fun place. The drinks were a little pricey but worth it. I didn't have to pay a cover charge since I was staying in the hotel. The breakfast was really good. Overall! loved it.

Loved the service and the location. The hotel has an amazing Indoor/Outdoor pool. It's located right off I-10 close to a lot of food establishments. They also have a cool bar you can relax after a long day of work. Thank you Best Western!

We checked into the hotel around 3 PM, on a Friday, when the place was empty and plenty of rooms were available, and soon after left the premises not returning until around 11:30 PM. We then discovered that our room was directly over a nightclub and that the incredibly loud music was going to continue until 1:45 AM! Are you serious? We discovered the source because we called the front desk to ask about the noise. The clerk very casually told us about the nightclub. No offer was made to move us to another room or to supply earplugs. How are people supposed to sleep with all of that noise? And the noise was just not confined to our room as the whole hallway was terrible. I was then surprised to see a number of airline pilots and cabin crew at breakfast. They all looked well rested because they had rooms in another part of the complex. We then checked Yelp and, sure enough, this noise was prominent in many evaluations. So where is the leadership here? Nothing is mentioned about this noise on your web site nor on Hotels.com where we purchased our room. You asked me what would make me happy: only a full refund of my charge for this room.

I am usually in El Paso for a work conference or meeting maybe twice a year. I've stayed here quite often and it's still my no.1 choice. The staff as I have always mentioned in my earlier reviews is very courteous & helpful. In fact during my last stay, I had a great chat with the GM Alex, who was very helpful and allowed me a late check out. Teddy's Flame Room is a great place to have a few drinks. This hotel is my home in El Paso. Cheers!

I had an excellent stay, very courteous and helpful staff, clean rooms, spacious. well located, i was offered a welcome drink as soon as i entered, i had requested for an early check in & a late check out & they accommodated my request, would go again :)

Thus hotel was ok. Beds were ok. We were assigned to a 1 bedroom suite was actually pretty nice. The only thing was the furniture was worn.... hotel has a bar on site which was nice.. but we'd stay again.

The hotel looks nice from the outside but it needs a good updating. The only plug that was available to charge your phone is behind the bed, the shower head would not stay in place, so you had to hold it up to keep from pointing straight down. The gate to the outside courtyard did not lock so people from the hotel next door were coming and going all night long, The door to the corridor from the courtyard did not lock so you had people cutting through the courtyard and down the hallway to get to the bar in the hotel.

This is a great place to stay for us when visiting family. The location and wonderful weekday breakfast makes it even better. The weekday breakfast includes refried beans, chorizo, and potatoes. Very delicious. Wish their weekend breakfast would include this also. The staff are very welcoming, helpful and courteous. We have already come to know a few since we stay here each time we visit family in El Paso. The gentleman who head the weekday breakfast knows us already and gives us outstanding service. The receptionist who we recognize already from coming here is gracious and helpful. You offer free bottle water on request to us all the time. Everyone is gracious, helpful and welcoming. We always come here now, due to their service, weekday breakfast, and location.

The room was dirty-all lighting on off switches were dirty including floor extensions. No towels in bath. Flooded bathroom from the ceiling. Odor in room terrible. Excrement smeared on back of bathroom door.

We traveled to El Paso for my sisters wedding. They had set up rooms at a different hotel but we wanted to be centralized so we booked at the Best Western which used to be a Holiday Inn. When we arrived at the hotel, there was a female, supposedly a supervisor, but she was busy on her cell phone. There was no other attendant at the front desk. During the check in process, the girl kept checking her cell phone. When she gave us our room number and key card, she pointed us to her left, and then picked up her cell phone and went to the back. There is a bar in that hotel and the music was very loud. The woman in the room next to us came back to her room three times with a different man each time. I had my two children who could hear the moans from the room next door. When I called downstairs to ask for a different room, they refused. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the bathroom smelled like mold and we found hair on the pillow. We were supposed to be there for 3 days but checked out the next day and went across the street to a cleaner hotel and nicer staff. I never complain about these things but I was disgusted with this hotel. I will not be back and will never recommend this place.

I can't complain the service was good the bar had women good liquor the shuttle from the airport was good the driver Andy was chill even helped me get settled in and the female employees were HOT I recommend this place

Staff was awesome like always!! Rooms were clean, they made sure I was good, and they even brought me ice to my room!! The bar downstairs is neat and fun good music too! Can't wait to stay again soon .

Little care or regard for a request to check in early. Staff was not helpful or friendly. I have never been treated so poorly by front staff who only wanted to sit in her back office. I would not recommend. Also heard other customers share concerns as they left. She was oblivious and did not even apologize.

They only have full size beds, not queen size in the double rooms. Except for the bed size I would give this an excellent rating. Great breakfast, very clean, wonderful pool. If it wasn't for the bed size I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Nice pool and recreation area. They have a pool and fooze ball table. They have a very nice work out room. The rooms are spacious with some having balconies. A very nice breakfast both hot and cold to choose from. It's close to downtown and other eating areas. I look forward to staying here again.

This hotel has the best location in town. Close to airport, shopping and downtown. The breakfast is great and Lupe the server is the best there is. The hotel is older but looks like it has been remodeled recently.

Took my family for a weekend. Our rooms were clean as expected. Well maintained. Kids loved the pool; very nice. Service was great. The staff was helpful when it came down to our needs. Recommend it to everyone. Definitely coming back.

I booked this hotel as a Best Western Rewards Member in order to do some personal business in El Paso. I never expected to have such a wonderful experience and to meet such amazing staff members. I have been an employee of Best Western and I have traveled to many different Best Western locations in many different states in the U.S., but I have NEVER stayed at such a luxurious and friendly hotel (and that includes other brands of hotels as well!). From the moment I first spoke with their incredible Front Desk Agent NEYRA, I received the most personal attention that I had ever received from a Best Western hotel. She accommodated my particular situation, including assigning me a handicapped room due to the fact that I walk with a cane. I was able to enjoy a luxurious bath for the first time in a very long time. My room was clean and spacious and I felt like I was "home". Their maintenance staff was incredible. They are extremely fortunate to have RAFAEL and "SQUIGGY" to tend to the guests' immediate needs. Also, MARISOL made sure that my requests were met with grace and professionalism, and the management should be extremely proud of their Front Desk staff because customer service is not what it used to be in many hotels. I was even able to take the Best Western Shuttle, at Neyra's suggestion, and ANDY was so sweet and even returned my personal briefcase that I had accidentally left on his shuttle. And what can I say about the outstanding breakfast and exceptional service provided by LUPE and his wonderful wife, MARIA. Even the pool and hot tub were a welcome addition to my short stay. All I can say is KUDOS to the owners of this hotel! If all of the Best Westerns were as fantastic and well-staffed as this establishment, the world would be a much better place! I have even told my dear friends that they should just come here for a weekend getaway! I will come back to this hotel any chance that I get and again, thank you for all of your hard work and graciousness in making my stay so warm and welcomed. My husband and I contracted a pseudomonas aeruginosa infection from the hot tub in April 2015 (which I just realized I never posted about). If it looks odd, smells strongly, or feels slippery/slimy, please stay away, especially from contact with the jets and breathing in the steam! This suggests the hot tub was not properly maintained, which is unsurprising given how little attention the staff paid to guests (they were mostly chatting and drinking coffee among themselves while we were there). The area is fine, breakfast and rooms are fine, but I wouldn't wish this illness on anyone.

Long story short, not a nice hotel. The lobby and maybe the main part of the hotel is nice, but if you don't book with them directly, we used Hotwire, you get placed in a side building of the hotel and our room was not nice, very old, not clean and not pleasant. Black mold in the bathroom, leaking faucet, very dirty vents and nasty carpet.

On a recent trip to El Paso, I stayed here for a few days. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Andy who exemplifies customer service and professionalism. I will definitely return. There are several aspects about this hotel that are appealing, that said I would encourage anyone to seek them out.

Hotel is well setup for business travel being very close to airport and restaurants. The hotel provides free wi-fi and free shuttle that's available for travelers that do not have rental car. Rooms are spacious and clean. The cafeteria serves a hot breakfast from 6:00 - 9:30. After a day at work, there is outdoor sitting area over looking the pool that is great for relaxing while enjoying a cold beverage from one of two bars. The hotel staff is very pleasant.

The hotel was fine. Could use cleaning and an update. For the money it was a fair value. The staff was friendly and helpful. The set up was nice just needs a thorough cleaning. Cable is old (not clear picture) and selection is small. Nothing special.

Pick this hotel because it had 4 star review . It was the worse Best Western I have ever stayed at. Noisy airconditioner and when you turn it of, the fan continues to blow. Music played from the lounge until 11. Old bathroom and the shower had one temperature, hot. I would not recommend this hotel.

Cons: the A/C is wicked loud! Sounds like a big motor rolling into my room. I needed the air because the room was stuffy. The pills are very small. They aren't even a standard pillow and they are hard. Pros: Clean room and nice staff.

While traveling from Connecticut through Elpaso. Checking in we were greeted by Marissa, her kindness and patience with us was exceptional, she was very friendly and was happy to tell us about the local scene. She left a great impression, I would definitely return.

Arrived in room and noticed the room had a bad odor. This room appeared to have not been cleaned with exception of made bed. The bathroom floor was filthy, and walking on the carpet barefoot made my feet black. The light switches had black caked on them. The drapes were in poor condition at best. The valance on the left side had been ripped off and was hanging down and had staples protruding and I pricked my finger. The sofa bottom had been torn out and the coffee table had chunks of wood missing. The lamp shades were hanging crooked and I could never get them straight. The microwave and refrigerator had food splattered inside. The walls were dirty and had paint chipping off in multiple places. What has happened to the standards of this hotel. I have stayed here many times and I must say since being Best Western the standards have dropped way below average.

I stay here every Wednesday and the accommodations are exceptional! ! I feel like I'm walking in my front door when I stay here! ! Marisa always takes care of me and always makes sure my reservations are booked out a month in advance! Thanks Marisa, You make staying here relaxing! !

We were here for a family funeral and it is cozy, clean, and the breakfast is pretty good. Filled us up until lunch. Great location. Everything from family's with children to business people, and still a quiet well kept hotel. Would definitely stay again.

The front desk clerk by the name of Mary Franco & Julia Loya is very accommodating & knowledgeable. They answer all my question. They are doing an amazing job. they should be recognized. good location, I recommend this hotel to everyone. have access to restaurant inside the hotel. shuttle bus that will pick you up from & to the airport and also to any restaurant within 5 to 10 miles close nearby from the hotel.

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel and both times my family had black feet from the filthy carpets. The first time, I notified management so that they could be informed and speak with staff. I told him that I did not want to write a bad review because he possibly wasn't aware. One year later, same nasty problem. Run a carpet shampoo!!

Extremely attentive staff and management. They(the staff) are very friendly and helpful. The property is clean and updated. Really nice and professional staff at check in especially "Neyra". The room door does not close properly (sticks) and was left unlatched after housekeeping cleaned. Very good cleaning and room care. The air conditioner did not work on low or medium, only on high but it kept the room nice and cool. We will stay here again on our next trip to El Paso! We will stay here

Staff at front desk was exceptional and breakfast staff and food was super. The room was clean but very tired and mechanical condition of the room was in need. There was a huge water leak outside of my room.

From the outside it looks very nice. When we arrived we were given the wrong information regarding breakfast.We had traveled over 2000 miles and wanted to get an early start. That information put us off schedule. The ventalation system was loud, the rooms were paper thin. We were woke up all night by other guest coming and going. Kids screaming and crying until 2:30 in the am. I also do not get how they rate a "PLUS" as this was awful. Paper cups instead of glass, 2 small cheap towels. One bar of soap. Just Cheap cheap cheap! For the price we should have stayed at a Choice hotel.

I stayec at and hostef a conference of 60 attendees for my govt agency. The service and banquet presentation was on par with any 5 Star Hotel. Both Mary Garcia and Gabe Barron went above and beyond lur expectations in making this a successful event. Also, we were happy to be there during a Managers Reception. The breakfast was buffet was presented nicely, and the choices were delicious. The outside pool area was beautiful for sitting outside, and enjoying the night breeze. Overall, this location was perfect for our needs, and I highly recommend you consider them for yours. You won't be disappointed.

California Best westerns could learn a lot from this place (although there is nothing wrong with Calif Best westerns). This place is in a great location if you are using the airport. Huge nice free breakfast, large rooms, free shuttle (ok you need to tip him but still nearly free) and it was a great price.

Only problem I had was there was a restaurant stated on premise under amenities. There is no restaurant on premise currently open. A little disappointed about that. I got in late and was hoping to get a bite to eat, without having to leave the hotel.

The room was really nice and clean and a little bit cold, beds were small but comfortable , bathroom was clean but the door did not closed very well, breakfast was really good, tv was ok not the best picture on it.

Do not stay here at this location, not worth it. The rooms at this hotel are in bad shape and need to be updated. Pool is a chemical bath, looks nice but stinks!!! Lobby looks nice but not used. Finally got but in a better room but very hot for a few hours.

Front desk staff is very friendly and professional. Housekeeping responded to my needs immediately which is a big plus when I travel on business. Their sales team Mary and Gabe will very helpful in providing us with information and with our group set up. Highly recommend this hotel for meetings and events.

My 13 yo daughter and I decided to pull off to get gas at Costco and then decided to look for a room for the night. First we pulled into the nearby La Quinta, but the area seemed run down and not safe so we drove over to the BW. I had already checked rates on my phone so when I got to the front desk and was told their rates were $35 higher and they wouldn't match the rate, I sat in the lobby and booked through Expedia. The hotel was adequate with a nicer than average pool area and outdoor lawn area. The room was small and felt kind of dark since the only window looked into the hallway (it looked like all rooms were like this). Our room was clean for the most part, quiet enough for a hotel next to I10, and the breakfast was good.

I stay at this hotel on a monthly basis. The beds are extremely comfortable, the staff is friendly and there are enough amenities to keep you occupied. Breakfast buffet in the morning is awesome. And if you bring your dancing shoes....there is a pretty cool bar downstairs on the Weekends......

The room is not much more than ok. The bed was very comfortable. The curtains did not completely close so the light from the pool shined through. I would stay by myself but not with my family. Needs updating but great location by the airport. Close to expressway.

I rented a room for the weekend for my daughter to enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool at Best Western Plus.It was great to see how friendly the staff was and they have a great courtyard to grill and couches to enjoy the outdoors. The beds are comfortable and we had a great time.

This hotel is so conveniently located, you just can't beat it! It's situated right next to the freeway and airport, so there's no hassle getting around. Rooms were very well kept and clean. All of the staff I came into contact with were very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was great! The pool area was very relaxing and there are even fire pits which were great to hangout around at night. I will definitely be staying here again next time I visit!

Had to fly down from Seattle and after a long day of travel I didn't want to go out for dinner so I went down to the bar. I had a burger made by Kenny M who came out to say hi and see how my food was. I had a couple of local beers that Monica R was very knowledgeable about. It was a nice way to end a long day of business travel.

When you walk in to the lobby, right away you will be struck with modern updates that have been done. The hotel staff are incredibly attentive and caring, and jump at the opportunity to help with any special requests. The room was great, the pillow top bed comfortable, everything worked perfectly and it was clean. The gym is great and have a wide variety of free weights and machines to get a great workout in. Breakfast is the best of any hotel I have ever stayed in, great selection ( I like the breakfast burritos). Overall a great night's sleep, and for me that is the most important.

Only stay here if you like great customer service and clean rooms, cause that's what you'll get here. Also, great convenient location. Everything you want is accessible from here. Did I mention the great customer service? Definitely check it out. You won't be disappointed.

This is a great hotel situated near the airport, so if you have an early flight, you're not more than 5 minutes away. You can even grab a Starbucks coffee on the way out, since there is one no more than 100ft away. Teddy's is a great little spot to have a few cocktails with some great music and dancing. The rooms are very nice and updated. The comfort of the beds is amazing! Where can I buy one of these mattresses? And pillows?! They've got plenty of meeting space if you're in need. An inviting pool I didn't have the opportunity to try out. Plenty of parking. Close proximity to some great restaurants and a couple of malls. The staff is amazing and very attentive to your needs. Great job, Best Western Plus on making my staycation an enjoyable one!

I went to visit family in El Paso and stayed at the at the Best Western plus. The front desk staff took great care of us. They are great with kids and pets. The pool is great. The rooms are very nice and clean. Next time we are in El Paso this will be our only choice. See you soon!

Incredible staff, catered to our every whim, let us stay at pool after hours. Julia, Mary & Juleen from the front desk were especially attentive. The Burger Theory restaurant inside the hotel was wonderful, their breakfast was awesome, our waiter Rafael Amaya was amazing, the chef Mohammed must have trained at one of the top culinary schools in the country.

I went to stay at the Best Western Airport and had a wonderful stay. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. When in El Paso again this is were i will be staying. Hands down one of the best trip so far this year.

Overall not a pleasant stay. Room was not particularly attractive. Staff not too helpful. This is an older hotel and needs a serious makeover. We booked online and Priceline showed the hotel as being a 3 1/2 Star Hotel. I don't think it's anywhere near 3 1/2 stars.

Besides touring the Huerco Tank Park, this hotel was just about the only good thing about El Paso. Great swimming pool, nice bar and great disc jockey who will play music even my husband danced and hence created a wonderful night full of dancing, and not to forget a very good, generous hot/cold buffet. There was a defect with the ventilation, but the good so outweighed this that will be fixed.

Property is very average. Did not get told that a room only gets two breakfast tickets even though it is booked for 4 people! The pool area is nice but not monitored at all - so have to go in and ask for towels and no one is concerned about people drinking glass bottles of beer in the pool! No supervision at all. Also, smoking is allowed in the pool area which makes it very uncomfortable breathing conditions!

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice of a best western plus this is,the night club Teddy's they have seemed pretty happening and the breakfast was a complimentary good spread. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in El Paso . Rooms were spacious and seemed like they were upgraded.

I get a good feeling when I come in the door and am greeted by the friendly staff. registering was so easy and prompt. walking into a nice clean room , is so relaxing. checking out was also very fast and courteous.....

I was in El Paso for a business trip and stayed at the Best Western for 4 days and I had a real nice stay, for me it's real important because I travel 2 weeks are of the month and being away from home is hard and everyone there were friendly it was like home away from home. I'd an awesome time.

We had a wonderful time at the Best Western this past weekend, their swimming pool is soooo nice the rooms are real nice and clean, the stuff real friendly and helpful...My family and I will stay there again when we go back to El Paso.

I was really disappointed that the front desk lady said that the best taco place was el tacotote or taco cabana :( However, the club in the hotel made my stay alot funner. Who would of thought that the club was going to be a good time. I will definetly stay there again.

From Check in... to Checkout everything was perfect! Our Room was clean, centrally located, we had not problems. Enjoyed breakfast... which is not alway easy when traveling with my Granddaughter (she was also please with everything.)

The desk clerks, maids, maitre d, bartender, all went out of their way to insure a pleasant stay. The pool area and courtyard were well maintained and fun to use. There were two large gas grills in the courtyard.

This hotel is top notch if you want a nice hotel that won't break your budget! The hotel is so close to many restaurants and stores even walking distance if you choose. The pool and hottub is a beautify way to unwind after a stressful day at work or traveling. I love the outdoor fire pit to relax and catch up your emails.

We had a short stay; wasn't bad but we had a REALLY BAD odor in our room. It was fine when we got there but my bf and I woke up around 2:30am and there was a horrible smell in our room. It smelled just like sewer. I just sprayed some air freshener and we went back to sleep but it was HORRIBLE! Everything else was okay. Staff was nice, room was decent.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel couple of days ago and let me say that it was a great experience. All the staff very courteous with positive vibes and always willing to help us on finding directions. We loved that the location is very convenient it's not only close to the airport, to good restaurants, bars, shopping centers, and even medical centers in case of an emergency. We really want to thank all the staff for the great service especially to the young lady Marisol. She was very helpful on giving us recommendations of places to visit during our stay. See you soon.

This hotel has a very strange layout which where my room was located, made it very difficult to get a luggage cart to my room, and when I did finally get to my room, the luggage cart wouldn't fit inside of my room. None of the TV channels were clear, all had some sort of "static". The pictures on the website make this place look really nice and looks are indeed deceiving in this case. The rooms are small, and partially "updated". Plumbing in my room sounded like it was about to explode. Towels need to be "updated". They are dingy and rough. Pillows are extremely uncomfortable. Bed was ok, but I didn't sleep well at all. The website also indicates there is a restaurant inside of this hotel. There is not. The only saving grace for this place was the staff, all of which were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I have stayed at many other hotels in El Paso, all of which didn't offer the state rate for this particular trip which is why I ended up here. I won't be back.

I recently stayed at this Best Western just for one night and was very impressed! It's a good location. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The free breakfast was very good, and lots of options. I was most impressed with the pool/hot tub area, it was the most fancy pool area of this type of hotel, very nice, I was very impressed! In the pool area, there is also a game room with a pool table, foozball table, TV, etc, we didn't utilize that but it would be a great option for kids. In the center courtyard area, there's also some nice seating areas with bbq grills. It's obvious they've done ALOT of remodeling, especially the pool area and the exterior of the hotel and it's very well done. The only area I saw that needed some improvement was the bathroom of the room, it's just a little dated, but still very clean, but I'm sure with all the other remodeling and redecorating they're doing and have done, I'm sure it's on the agenda soon. All in all, it was a very nice hotel and if I had to stay in El Paso again, I would definitely stay at this Best Western!

I'm very pleased to have made the decision to spend the last two nights at the Best Western Plus Airport in El Paso. Hotels have always been expensive here. This is a great value. This older property has been nicely updated and improvements continue. The exercise facilty is unexpectedly well equipped and very nice and the breakfast buffet is outstanding.

. . .turned in to non night stay! very dated place. over $100. 2 stars for the clerk Marisol - she was nice - only able to give us one bottle of water - room was horrible - toilet didn't flush, door didn't lock - there was an old dirty towel left on the chair (first thing we saw when walked in room) - maintenance would take an hour to fix lock - offered to move us to another room located in the back which would of caused us to take everything back to the car and start all over again! not worth the time or the stay at all! got our money back and went across the freeway to Homewood Suites and relaxed for about $20.00 more. this is the worst best western ever - maybe because holiday inn was built in the 60s or 70s? I don't know.

The staff that runs the complimentary breakfast bar made this whole stay a pleasant experience for me. It is clear that they truly care about the customer - and creating a positive experience. This is a GREAT way to start the day while working in El Paso.

Had a great stay. The pool is a great to lounge around, nice very clean room and wonderful staff. The breakfast was awesome. Teddy's was fun place to hang out. Will be back soon. I would recommend this hotel to everybody. Also a allowed us to have a dog stay with us.

The room decor was nice and appeared clean, however, we found a water bottle from a previous guest, so.... The electrical circuits were overloaded and the bathroom was in need of repairs. The courtyard and pool areas were really nice with fire pits and a grill. I would recommend this hotel as our overall experience was good.

I'm really really thank the hotel so much to take a lot of searching to find my lost phone out, and the hotel also kindly to inform me this good news. I like this hotel, the bed of hotel is really confortable! The breakfast is also good,& healthy. It's quite to have a good dream when I stay inside the room. We also love the fevor of coffee that hotel provided. So in the future, when we come back El Paso every time, we'll still choose to stay at this Hotel.

nice hotel very conveniently located if you are needing a hotel near the airport. Shuttle service runs even at 1:30 in the morning (although we did not use it because the rental car agency actually stuck around for us). Parking lot is a little crowded, but there is a nice bar on site! yet the rooms were quiet enough

The not so good: you need to point out to management stuff you find wrong immediately. The more of a squeaky wheel you are the better your stay. I got some attitude from one of the breakfast waiter ladies and I made pointed this out to management and also some trash around the pool areas that should have been picked up a long time ago. The good: the rooms are ok, the free breakfast was good other than the attitude, the internet was great. The great: next to freeway and to many great food places, a dance place at location, a bar at location, a pool table there as well, I really loved the pool area setup and the small indoor/outdoor pool (it was really great for just about anyone). I liked it.

the appearance going into my room was not pleasant, but once I entered my room, I could feel the cleanliness. My sheets were true white and pressed, towels smelled clean, well dusted room, clean TV Remote, nice view from the King Room I stayed in, bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.

We stayed in several hotels over this vacation, this location was just ok, i felt for the price we paid the bathroom door should have shut and the vent in the bathroom should not have been hanging down. The staff was professional and courteous, the hotel needs an upgrade, and be prepared, there is a club attached to the hotel with loud music blaring and a lot of hallway traffic until the am.

This hotel did not live up to our previous excellent experiences with Best Western hotels. The shower head was broken and sprayed water all over the bathroom. The TV was of poor quality and the strange way the controls worked was not explained to us. It was decent, but not commodious the way we have come to expect of other Best Western hotels

I generally prefer hotels where the windows can be opened. This hotel doesn't offer that but I had a good stay anyway. It is a well managed hotel with clean, quite rooms in a very convenient location. It has a fun fountain in the pool for kids, a good gym (with a C2 rowing machine :-))), and a broad range of breakfast choices... All at a fair price. The rooms and courtyard are remarkably quite given that the freeway is so close by. I had no highway noise at all in my room.

after checking into my hotel room I was sitting on the bed when a 3" cockroach came out of the vent and crawled down the wall. i took a picture and killed it with a towel. I went to the front desk and showed it to the front end manager. She apoligized and told me this is a older hotel but they have sprayed, she then handed me 2 free drink tickets and told me she would take $10 dollars of my $139.00 rate. The next morning after killing its little brother I went to take a shower and there was no hot water and I mean none. There are Much better hotels in the area and i will never stay here again.( I am an Elite diamond Memmber)

Great hotel to stay in. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was pleasant during check in as well as out. The breakfast was great and plentiful! We will definitely come back to this hotel and hopefully get to enjoy the awesome looking pool the next trip!

Traveling with a group, they offered a group rate, breakfast buffet with yogurts, fresh fruit, eggs, hash browns, meat, pastries, cereal, coffee, all included in the rate. Indoor/outdoor pool areas were nice, not huge but nice seating areas with fire pits. Very close location to outdoor mall, restaurants, and airport. Very close to the freeway but did not hear any noise from neighboring rooms or the freeway. Workout room was smaller but had all updated machines and equipment. I would recommend this hotel, doesn't have a fancy appearance but very nice pluses.

As we are heading home from a long trip which includes family get together, laying a parent in his final resting place and sightseeing we ended up here. I am so glad we did. The place is gorgeous with it's courtyards of flamed centerpieces and a 1/2 covered and 1/2 outdoor and let's not forget the whirlpool. Being a bit small, it is perfect for me. Upon arrival the room we wanted wasn't ready but the management had a better one on the 1st floor that was ready. Sorry about the blurry pictures, but you get the idea.

Liked everything about the services provided and the staff. Thought the room was small and very basic. Really didn't like the fact that the only window in the room looked out into the hallway, made the room very noisy and dark.

Although the location is identified as a Best Western Plus, i my opinion it does not meet the standards of a Plus site. The physical location does not meet the standards of the other Plus location I have visited.

An older hotel, but clean and had everything we needed. King Bed, TV, coffee maker, washing facilities ($2 per load to wash or dry). Nice large outside area, fire pits, well lit. It has a restaurant (Sushi Bar) so went out for Mexican food. They allowed us in our room 2 hrs prior to check in which we really appreciated,

Nice and clean property given the building's age. Community areas and rooms clean and neat. Location is right off I-10 and convenient to the airport, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast is not advertised as part of the hotel stay but the front desk staff did give me a voucher when I asked. The courtyard is a neat area with a half indoor/half outdoor pool as well as gas fire pits and sitting areas. Overall a good place to stay with children.

The hotel was right on ,but I did have a problem with the noise. it was very hard to sleep or lack off. the rest of the hotel was great, the room was spacious, clean. The next morning the breakfast was excellent. Very good and had a good variety of breakfast items. I also loved the airport shuttle to and from the airport

Overall it was a good stay. Would return if we go back to El Paso. Close to where we needed to go and a straight shot from home to hotel. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was awesome. Plenty of things to chose from. The gentleman in breakfast bar was very attentive and friendly. Check in and check out was easy.

We thought this hotel was pretty good when we arrived. It's clean, the beds are comfortable enough and the bathrooms are big. But, as it turns out, the bar plays music so loud we can hear it clearly in our room. It's impossible to sleep. We called the front desk and were told that there's nothing they can do, and it'll stop at 1:45. AM. We'll be leaving after tonight.

In preparation for an early flight, I hastily booked here and it was just barely acceptable. Upon arrival, I waited at the front desk while the clerk chatted with friends; it was clear that my presence was a nuisance throughout the check-in process. I booked through Travelocity, which the clerk notified me meant that breakfast was not included. The small room smelled like cigarette smoke (it was a non-smoking room). The balcony room that I booked featured a view of filth and uncompleted construction projects (see photos). There was loud music playing in the pool area; we called at 10:30pm and they promptly turned it off.

the room was very clean and the bed exceptionally comfortable but the hallway close to the pool needs vacuuming. The free hot breakfast buffet was quite good but had the same foods for 3 of the 4 mornings I stayed. The free internet was good. The check-in was slow - having only 1 person available. The indoor/outdoor pool was warm but it was only an outdoor pool with an overhang for part of it.

Nice hotel, great pool and breakfast buffet has a good variety of healthy food. The Buffet manager went out of his way to look after all of the patrons. Our room had a king size bed and it was very comfortable . Everything was close by, ie : airport, university and freeway. Would definitely stay here again

This hotel is a great bargain for families on a budget - but not for a business traveler. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Just not enough power outlets in the room. And the air conditioning/heating was difficult to control.

I was only staying in El Paso because I had a flight the next morning, so I wanted to stay near the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to the airport and at least one good restaurant.

This hotel has all the best amenities including pool, fitness room, gameroom, and onsite restaurant and bar. No complicated policies for check-in, check-out, wifi, breakfast, or debit cards. Just book, arrive and relax!

The Best Western PLUS El Paso Airport Center in El Paso, Texas is a large, impersonal facility with an unfortunate attitude. The registration desk staff seem undertrained in customer service and relations. They seemed to prefer to be invisible. We would not have stayed there a second night.

Room #145 at Best Western Plus El Paso Airport. Filthy. I killed a cockroach that came from down the bed. The shower head was broken. A hole in the bathroom, which could not be well covered by a square cover, showed inside some dead coackroaches and mouse traps. The ceiling of the bathroom showed signs of heavy mold. The room had cigarrette smoke odor. TV programming not HD. Noisy A/C. A really bad experience. Thankfully the nightmare was only for one night.

Public areas were nice. Hotel rooms were not. Full breakfast was appreciated. Lobby was always clean. Patio, pool and jacuzzi should have been cleaned more frequently. The hotel rooms did not, in my opinion, warrant the "Plus" designation. The lobby and public areas did warrant this designation. I won't stay at this hotel again until hotel rooms are remodeled - new carpet, bathroom walls, chairs.

It looks nice from the outside and my room has a lot of updated amenities including a very nice big widescreen TV. A few touches are still missing including the fact that the AC is very noisy and bathroom ceiling is extremely old. Overall very clean and the pool is extremely nice. Nice location.

Our family was visiting El Paso and stayed a couple of days at this hotel. The room with the two queen sized beds that we ordered had the smallest queens I have ever seen. So we asked for a room with a king sized bed and were given a room for a handicapped person that had been altered to meet the needs of a handicapped person. This didn't suit our needs so we were once again back to the front desk to ask for another room. The room was dirty, there were stains all over the carpet and I got stuck twice in the bathroom because the door was coming apart. A taxi driver told us that this was an older hotel that had recently been renamed. Their breakfast buffet contained a lot of unhealthy foods and very little healthy - fruit was almost non existent and if you didn't get there early you were out of luck in getting a grapefruit. We are Best Western members and were very disappointed with this hotel. It badly needs an update.

I stayed in one of the older rooms on the backside of the hotel. The hotel only has elevators in its newer section by the sushi restaurant. Where I was placed the carpets and we're worn and badly needed to be replaced. The room was spacious and clean but the Do rates were the same as the rates at the Hilton. This hotel is just a bit overpriced, in in my opinion. The breakfast offered was wonderful. It's choices ranged from the normal pancake breakfast fare and included choices that you would only see in El Paso. I did love that.

We almost exclusively choose Best Western, and whenever possible a Best Western Plus. This hotel is "plus" in the sense that it has a large courtyard, outdoor grill, swimming pool, whirlpool, and game room. This was the day I chose to do laundry, and I thought I was going to lose my mind. Getting to the laundry room from our room involved a key entry to cross the courtyard each time, or a walk all the way to the front and then over to the other building. They will give you a map when you check in, and I suggest that you keep it with you, although I'll admit that you may very well be smarter than I am. At a previous Best Western stay, on a previous road trip, we were told by the woman caring for the exceptionally nice breakfast area that Best Western prohibited tip jars, and I don't ever see them. At this hotel, they will give you a little card to take in for your breakfast, and the card makes mention that tip is not included. There is also a large sticker on the buffet "Gratuity is not included. " The whirlpool wasn't working the day we were there, but everything else was in good order. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we felt safe.

I came into town and was immediately rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery. Afterwards I was totally alone and not well in a town I never visited. This hotel was so comfortable and clean AND the staff were total angels. One of the hotel clerks (Marissa) even went and got my prescriptions filled when I could neither drive nor stand. They made sure I had every comfort that I would have in my own home. Every person was attentive and brought me things when I could barely stand up. I travel often but this hotel staff I will never forget. I am eternally grateful.

This hotel is a bit old and looks a little worn from age. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was awesome. We had the pleasure of having 60 rooms occupied by the French Air Force and they still managed to keep our room clean and the food plentiful. The only drawbacks were the lack of a microwave and no space to put toiletries as we were placed in a handicapped room.

I stayed 2 nights and used the shuttle for pickup, return and dinner restaurants. The staff is great and the property is newly renovated. The restaurant has a good breakfast and it's a Sushi restaurant after that. I don't do Sushi and there is no water near El Paso. There is a private club attached. The bar seems like an afterthought and is small. The bright side is the bar tender is acquainted with a hooker that's on property.

This was the first time the event was held at this hotel. From the planning stages to the set up to the event itself, everything was done first class. The staff was outstanding, the accommodations of 20 guest rooms was excellent. We will definitely make this our hotel for our annual events in the future.
