Best Western Plus Easton Inn & Suites

My wife and I stayed two nights.This is a very welcoming property.The staff is very good as is the housekeeping staff.we had breakfast both mornings and it was very good.I would recommend this hotel as it was one of the nicest property I;ve stayed at and I travel and stayed in hotel with my job for 30+years.Very homey.Highly recomend.

This is a great place to stay for a few nights. Conveniently located to Easton & St. Michaels. The hotel and rooms are very clean and comfortable!! Staff is very friendly and includes breakfast! Coffee & water are available at all times.

Bathroom tiles were mildrew…the room had a small foul odor. The breakfast was tasty and it was very clean. The pool area was clean. The room over all was comfortable. The staff was really nice, professional.

Our first time staying at this property, we were pleasantly surprised and definitely pleased with the comfort of the rooms, the furnishings, the cleanliness, a friendly and accomodating staff and a nice variety of hot and cold breakfast items. This Best Western property will be our first choice for our next Easton, Maryland getaway.

Excellent accommodations and staff! The folks at the front desk are friendly and very helpful! The suites are large and clean. The breakfast has great variety including fresh fruit and juices. The pool, hot tub and exercise rooms are central and well maintained!

You can't beat this Best Western Plus hotel for accommodations and service. The staff is outstanding. You also get a free hot breakfast every morning and as a member of Best Western Rewards, you get points toward free stays. What more could you ask for?

Highly recommend Best Western Plus at Easton, we had a very good experience here. Top notch breakfast included, many, many choices both hot and cold. Way more than other BW's I've stayed at. Friendly, attentive staff, clean well kept rooms, pool, spa, workout room, they have it all. Will definitely stay here again.

I stayed for the week of Thanksgiving and it was great. The hotel itself is in a very easy and good location. Its very clean, the breakfast, the pool area, the hallways and the rooms. Outside area is also very clean, and well lit. I enjoy staying at this facility. It's clean, safe, quiet and staff is very accommodating.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast had a great variety of food. The location was very convenient to and much less expensive than lodging on Kent Island. I recommend this location to anyone needing lodging in this area.

Being a Pastor I travel mostly by my self. My wife always accompanies with me here. There are a lot of things to see & places to eat. Rooms clean, breakfast good, staff friendly. We have stayed here for many years. I would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service awaits you at this Best Western. Clean rooms, organized check in and check outs, amazing pool and hot tub area, delicious hot stocked breakfast buffet! Convenient to downtown Easton. Room is extremely comfortable. Would not stay anywhere else in the area.

This was my first stay at this hotel, and was lured by it's good rating. It sits just outside of town off US 50 and is a bit tricky to get into. Despite being set back from the highway, if your room faces the road, traffic noise is prevalent. When the hotel is busy, it's only elevator will keep you waiting. Handicapped access spaces are limited, and elevator access is a bit of a challenge. My stay was a total disappointment , after discovering the condition of my room, until checkout the next morning. My room was in disrepair and musty. I didn't even consider it safe. Customer service was non-existent. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Getting to this hotel is a little tricky. Although it faces US 50, there is no direct entry from the highway, and southbound travelers must make a U-turn to reach it. The hotel is clean and attractive. The rooms are furnished well and offer refrigerators and microwave ovens. The bathrooms are large. Although the hotel is close to a busy highway, there is limited road noise inside and the hotel is generally quiet. Breakfast starts early and offers a good range of foods. The fitness center is small and some of the equipment is broken. The pool is also small but clean and attractive. US 50 has the usual array of fast food options, but there are several nice restaurants in the center of Easton.

Besides the hotel room, this hotel also offered excellent free breakfast, 24x7 Coffee bar and 24x7 complimentary food items (all free) - cool water bottles, cold sandwiches, chips, candy bars and many more. Usually these food items are offered at other hotels, but "not free".

This is one of the friendliest hotels you're likely to stay in anywhere in the world. The managers and the rest of the staff always have a smile and a friendly greeting, even if you just grunt in response. The rooms are always cleaned so well and there's a hot breakfast included in the rate. The amenities are top notch with a fitness room and an indoor pool. In addition, the rates are reasonable. We suggest you try it any time you are in the area. You'll be glad you did.

Check in was great and the breakfast was great. Located in the heart of Easton and close to everything. Indoor pool. Front desk clerk was very helpful in making sure that we knew where the restaurant was for we were meeting family.

This hotel looks rundown. Conversely, it was clean, bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was just ok. I stayed here years ago when it was new and I was quite impressed at that time. Maybe that's why I was disappointed with this visit.

The pool and hot tub was closed for the last two days of our stay. One of the main reasons we booked here was for the hot tub and pool. The breakfast was the same virtually everyday. The gravy was a watery bland soup. Management said that the pool and hot tub would reopen by 2pm on the second day but they lied because it was not reopened. We would have booked somewhere else if we had known that. Very disappointed.

LOVE this hotel! It's very clean and friendly staff. Love the pool/hot tub! Amazing free breakfast. They have everything hot/cold foods. Coffee, juice , and bottled water free all day!! Have stayed here several times and never any issues.

They have no back up generator which is odd for a hotel. Rooms were nice and we'll air conditioned when there was power. There is emergency lighting in the main room, not in bathrooms or hallways outside of your room. The fitness room was dirty and had broken equipment (free weights). Wished I had a better experience

We paid $250+ for a two queen bed room. Basic amenities: coffee maker(get it from the breakfast buffet as it's not good.) microwave, refrigerator, blow dryer, iron and ironing board. Although we were told about the breakfast hours, there was no information in the room regarding the hotel like restaurants nearby, pool and spa hours. It was clean and the employees were all pleasant. Breakfast was basic scrambled eggs,bacon, sausage, potatoes, biscuit and gravy, sweets, juices, coffee, which is good, cappuccino or lattes. The spa however looked like it had mold in it and needed a good cleaning. I took the stairs and saw a dead cockroach. In my opinion, way too much for the room. We were there for a wedding where other out of town guests stayed. My bad as I should have looked at other hotels at a lower price but wanted to be in the same place as other guests as we are all friends. My big grip is the cost was too much.

Construction workers party in parking lot from 3pm till 11 pm dropping F -bomb ,don't stay in first floor front rooms unless you like loud voices swearing & arguing most of the night guys back truck in backwards and drink out of bed of truck

This might well be the best mid range, roadside chain I have ever stayed at. The room (suite) was great and exceedingly comfortable. The front desk employee graciously made up our pullout, even though we were happy to do it ourselves. The pool and hot tub were great; nice and hot with great spa jets, and pool temperature just right. Breakfast too was spot on, with lots of selections both hot and cold (though stay away from the watery biscuit gravy). Kudos all around to this solid choice.

Stayed for 1 night in December. Pleasantly surprised! The hotel was clean and comfortable. Rooms recently updated, and had all the amenities: pool, working gym, pleasant breakfast room. Liked that the breakfast had fresh fruit and some healthier options like oatmeal and cereal.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice amenities, great location, shopping and restaurants are close by. Free internet and comfortable beds. I have stayed here twice and both times I was treated well, with no concerns.

Love this place. Always clean, Has the best hot tub and pool area. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend it! I got ready there for my wedding. I got some pretty pictures by the fireplace. Its got a nice outside area as well.

We've stayed at this Best Western many times over the past 10 years. Being a Sr. Pastor for many years this is the place we always stay if in the area. It is our get away place. My wife said when we checked in last, "It feels like home." We have always been satisfied. Even during Covid shut-down, the staff did everything they could to make the stay good.

If you want to be treated like family, this is your choice of a hotel. Extremely helpful and pleasant staff, immediate response to issues encountered in the room, updated amenities, and comfortable accommodations. The breakfast buffet is by far the best we have experienced with the hostess constantly ensuring refills and keeping the temperature of the food actually hot. It is a treat to stay here.

Had the best experience when I called the hotel to see about getting a reservation. I had inadvertently cancelled a reservation I made via a booking site; when I tried to reserve it again, it showed as unavailable. I called and spoke to a manager who was SO KIND and thoughtful and helped us get the rooms we all needed. Customer service was tops!

Beautiful clean indoor pool and hot tub. Comfortable mattress. Clean spacious rooms. Decent breakfast choices with hot items, cereals and danish. Free parking close to front door. No reason to stay anywhere else in Easton unless you want to pay more!!

Room size was great, hotel location was good, Manager was super informative, heated pool was actually heated (I hate cold pools, I could get right in this). Only not as great, Room sofa was stained, hot tub needed cleaning. I'd recommend this hotel & plan to return with my family

Am happy to have found this place as I normally have to travel to the Eastern Shore. I have been very comfortable at this hotel and have made this my go-to place every time. There are plenty of places to eat around the immediate area and there is easy access to the highways. Despite that, it is a very quiet place to rest.

As part of our daughters wedding gift, my wife and I arranged and covered the hotel stay of about 30 of our closest family and friends. As this was our first time at doing this sort of thing we were unsure how all of this would turn out. Well I am ecstatic that we selected Best Western Plus in Easton. From the friendly & helpful staff, to the beautiful & spacious rooms, plus the great complimentary breakfast, all of our wedding guests were treated to a top notch hotel stay & experience. Many of our family & friends personnaly told me and my wife that they were really impressed with their rooms and their stay. I can't say enough about how much this truly enhanced our daughters "Wedding Weekend Get Away"

Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a friendly woman at the front desk who continued to be helpful throughout our stay . Our room was attractive, spacious and quiet. The same applied to the bathroom. It was obvious that care and attention had been put into the décor of the rooms and public areas. The fridge and microwave were placed inconspicuously under a long shelf so as to not detract from the attractive look of the room. I slept like a baby in that comfy king sized bed. The breakfast buffet was varied and satisfying. We were somewhat surprised to discover a frozen meal in our fridge...obviously left by an earlier guest. Also, I was initially unsure if the mottled design on the bottom of the frame of our bathroom mirror was mold or part of the design. Once I wiped it clean, it was apparent that it was mold. Lastly, there was no soap in the bathroom and just a single thumb sized container of body wash. This was clearly inadequate for two people. The pleasant woman at the front desk was able to supply us with single small bar of soap but apologetically told us she couldn't give us more because she only had 6 bars left. Despite these small issues, we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Said it all with my answers. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I would stay at this hotel on all future trips to this area. The breakfasts were delicious and tasty, don't forget the waffles. Kudos to the staff at the front desk.

We enjoyed our stay at this Best Western location. The local decor is a nice touch. Our suite was clean, roomy, and comfortable. We liked the breakfast, which offered fresh cut strawberries, peaches, bananas, make-your-own waffles, coffee/tea, cereal, eggs, breakfast meats, fruit juices, and pastries. And we enjoyed the swimming pool. The only thing was that the pool water seemed stagnant, with many stands of hair floating on the surface of the water. Aside from that everything was great. Thank you!

Nice staff. Bed was comfortable. Sitting area furniture in the rooms aren't too comfortable. Good water pressure in showers. Breakfast has nothing much for gluten free. Rooms and lobby clean. No USB ports in rooms.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The suites provide valuable extra space for meetings, games, or an extra sleeper. I've brought my colleagues back repeatedly and have always had a good experience.

Everyone on the staff of this hotel works hard to make their guests comfortable throughout their stay. The building is extremely well kept and even minor problems are resolved quickly. A hot breakfast is included and is well prepared. Housekeeping keeps the rooms clean and well supplied. Overall, you would have a difficult time finding accommodations anywhere in this area that are better than this facility, regardless of the price paid.

Reserved wrong date online. IMMEDIATELY (as in seconds after clicking) called to request a change and was told the date could not be changed and refund could not be made. I realize it was my mistake, but it would not have cost them anything to extend the tiniest bit of grace and change the date. Instead it cost them a customer as I will never use Best Western again.

Hotel Staff here was awesome. Super accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was above average, nice indoor pool and spa. Lobby was clean and inviting. Room was a nice size for my family of 5, nothing fancy, but clean and worked for what we needed.

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff was polite.It was very hot the night we stayed and was appreciated to walk in the room already cooled. The bed was compfortable. The sitting furniture was a little stained. This was the only unappealing site.

I can say at the beginning I was a little worried since out rooms wasn't ready , but that was definitely made up. Our stay at the hotel was beyond my expectations and I want to especially thank Amy for her assistance during the course of our stay it made our annual family vacation a success.

Ok, so I've stayed in 4 different hotels this year so far and this one by far has been the best! The staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful, the room was nice, the bathroom was the biggest bathroom out of all four hotels and the nicest thus far. Breakfast was really good for being complimentary,. Waffles, eggs, sausage, ham, cappuccinos, bagels, fruit, chipped beef and gravy, and pastries!

when my wife comes to the Eastern Shore for work, we will never stay any other place but here. Its always clean and the customer service is exceptional. The staff is always helpful. I highly recommend anyone to stay here.

This hotel is comfortable and clean with nice staff members. Our room had a living room area that perfectly suited our needs since our bedtimes and wakeup times differ. I've stayed in two other motels in Easton/Cambridge area and this is the best so far.

Reservation made on the fly since we were getting into town sooner than we'd anticipated. The clerk who took our reservation over the phone (I dialed direct) was friendly and efficient, and even more so when we arrive for check-in. The hotel is clean and generally updated. Our room was clean and well-appointed. Ample amenities in the bathroom and the shower had good velocity. The bed and pillows were comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. The ceiling fan was a Real plus - never seen one in a hotel before, and it allowed us to turn off the rather noisy wall heater for the night. We also had to unplug the small refrigerator, otherwise it ran constantly. Where this place shines is the breakfast. It is, in a word, Outstanding. Fresh scrambled eggs, ham, sausage, potatoes; you can make your own waffles; cereals, different milks, juices, hard-boiled eggs; good coffee; and a great pastry selection. If you leave here hungry, you're too picky. The only down side is getting to the hotel. If you are going south on the main highway, it's on the northbound side, and you have to go down to the light and U-turn to get there. The entrance is Very hard to find at night and in the rain - took us two tries, because it's a little before you get to the actual hotel. They need a lighted sign at the entrance. Still, we would stay here again.

We stayed here 1 night while bird watching in the area. We were warmly greeted by Emily at the front desk. There was ample, well lit parking. The property and lobby was clean, with complimentary water and newspapers. We had a king suite: super clean, comfy bed (kinda high up-had to climb in!), good AC/wifi, quiet, nice toiletries. The hotel has a nice indoor pool/hot tub, and a small exercise room. Breakfast was included and was a little better than most. Hot foods are still mostly microwaved, but decent with bagels, yogurt, cereal and pretty good coffee. The breakfast area attendant was always present, refilling items and wiping things down. This had the best price point of many places in the area. I booked on the BW site as a senior,, which gave a lower rate than booking sites, which is not usually the case. This will be our go to spot when birding in the Cambridge/Easton area.

In town for a weekend tournament. Staff friendly and helpful throughout our stay, willing to accommodate special requests. Large, clean rooms. Nice breakfast and complimentary bottled water. Would stay again.

The hotel is clean and very well furnished. It was refreshing to have maid service every day. The King Suite was very comfortable with a chair, couch, TV and desk in the living room. The King Bed was very comfortable and the bedroom also contained a dresser, night stands and two closets. In addition, there was a coffee pot, small refrigerator and microwave in the hall between the living room and bedroom. The staff was friendly and greeted us whenever we left the building or returned. Breakfast was good with hot choices as well as a large selection of yogurt, cold cereal, muffins, some fruits, etc. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

The facilities, staff and included breakfast are wonderful. The housekeepers keep the rooms well cleaned and useful amenities are provided. We stay here throughout the year and love it. You will not be disappointed.

I love this hotel and stay here several times a year. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and you don't hear a lot of outside noise which is always a plus for me.

It's what I expected and all we needed. Location was fine, right on Route 50 with easy access to St. Michaels and downtown Easton. Staff was pleasant, room was a typical chain hotel room though thermostat was puzzling. To turn down the heat, it blew cold air. Breakfast was less than ordinary. Some noise from vehicles on Route 50. I am a light sleeper and when the mini-fridge cycled on, it woke me up (several times during each night).

Most of the staff here were willing to help with any problems we had. That said, the cleaning staff definitely needs more careful supervision. The bed was comfortable, and the microwave and refrigerator were a boon. The furniture badly needs replacement, but because of COVID the hotel's orders are being very slowly filled. WiFi is adequate, but streaming services freeze about every 20 minutes and have to be started again.

Stayed here for a last minute guys sea duck hunt trip. It was perfect location to everything ! It's so close to bars, food and wildlife , the breakfast is not too shabby , I would recommend this for a low key place to stay! Just keep it the same price and I'll be back every year

I loved everyone at this location. All the staff from front desk to housekeeping is wonderful. Everyone is so warm and greeting us every time we walked in the door. Our room was nice had a suite so there were plenty of space in the living room and bedroom. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Close to many restaurants and shopping areas as well.

We were very satisfied with our recent stay at the Best Western in Easton, Maryland. The room was spacious and had a sofa and 2 comfortable chairs so we could relax after our day. The staff at this hotel are 2nd to none. We went to Easton, Maryland on a duck hunt when we stayed at this hotel. They told us about breakfast in the morning but we would be leaving before it was served. Amy at the front desk said to us (Let me make some calls. ) When we came down to the lobby, breakfast was ready. That is great service and greatly appreciated! The hotel was very nice and very clean. We use to stay at a hotel up the street from this one but after the experience we had at Best Western, we will be coming here. And thank you to the night time lady who hooked my nephew up with his favorite pillow

Clean in all areas, quiet, good breakfast provided, very friendly staff. Parking lot is easy access. Elevator to all three floors, stairway to second floor from lobby. Easy access to main road but no road noise in room.

We stayed 2 nights on a leisure trip. The check-in was smooth and was so quick I forgot to ask for a room away from the elevator but I took the room they gave us. The room was large and decorated nicely however both nights there was a smell of something cooking permeating the room and it was not from the breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the shower was very nice. The room above ours (221) had someone in it that walked back and forth constantly for about two hours and they were very heavy footed. It actually woke us both up several times. I wouldn't think you would hear noise from above and wondered what kind of construction caused this. There was no trash can in the bathroom which was annoying and we had only one washcloth the first night and none the second. There was no creamer or sweetener for our coffee so we had to go downstairs to get some. The bedspread was removed the second night which was sort of funny since the second night cost TWICE the first night. The hot breakfast was fine but the apples were mealy and the muffins were stale. The cups and tea bags had not been replenished for a nighttime cuppa. It's a nice place but has some problems with the housekeeping/cooking staff (maybe due to Covid?) The price on a Friday night is absolutely silly.

Like I said, I felt at home. They had free snacks and items for the racers. They also started breakfast at 0430 for us racers to eat before the race. That, by itself, made the trip. Everything else about the hotel was great!

I liked everything about this hotel. The public areas were attractive, and my room and bath were great. I stayed 2 nights, Saturday and Sunday. My room was quiet. I think it would be hard to dislike this hotel.

I would just like to say BIG thank you to Dina. I had to check out of the hotel I was at due to dead bugs in the room. Dina saved a room for me and I was able to have a room at 11 am, so that I would have a room to stay in before work that night. The room was great and staff was awesome. Yes. Just yes. Not only did they find this work traveler a room on a packed Holiday weekend (walked out of original hotel), this hotel is truly top notch. Clean. (Really clean in fact.) Friendly. Relaxing. Renewed my faith in hotels. Of course the basket of fresh peaches was the clincher. Now if they all could be even a fraction of this.

We really enjoyed our trip to the Best Western in Easton, Md. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and kind, and the hot breakfast was amazing! We will be back and have already recommended this location to family and friends!

My wife and I booked this hotel to visit our friends here in Easton. We were supposed to arrive in one day, however, due to a PA turnpike closure, we arrived the next day. We contacted the hotel and Dina took care of all the details! Great job, Dina!

We have travelled the world and stayed in 'fancy' hotels. This hotel is 5* standard. The hotel itself is great. Spotlelssly clean and comfortable.with a great breakfast. The thing that sold me was the STAFF. They were OUTSTANDING. They bent over backwards for you. Soooooooo warm and friendly and happy to oblige in anyway.

From the first call to the last goodbye, the entire staff of this Best Western was FANTASTIC! While planning we had a few changes and room additions to our visit. Each time I called I was greeted with a "no problem" attitude, which was such a welcome sound! Once we arrived, quickly I realized the property was just as great as the staff. Kudos to whomever manages this location because it is apparent that the employees here are very happy which shows in their attitude and the cleanliness and appearance of the building. We will definitely return to this location!

Aside from pets being allowed, and walked around the hotel, and using the elevators (as if they were people --- have pet allergies and wasn't aware that pets were allowed before booking) everything was pleasant with our 2 day stay

Great room and a Great Breakfast buffet unlike some other hotels in the area giving bag breakfast. Hot tub was nice and pool was good. Front desk excellent especially Dina was awesome. We will definitely stay here again if we are visiting the area.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Hotel is very very clean and everything in our room was in working order. Pool and pool area very clean. Very pleasant and cozy place. Sink water stopper did not work on arrival. Water would not flow down drain. Requested a new room. Front desk told me they couldn't change the room and I needed to wait for the repair man. I explained that check in time just occurred (3:10 PM) and asked how all rooms could be filled. After some persistence, I was given another room. Also, while using the rear outdoor patio off the pool area, I was locked out of the building and I needed to climb over a wall and through trees/shrubs to gain reentry to the building (I'm 68 years old) .

Stayed here for two nights back in April. It was just my husband and me. There was some good and not so good with this place. Let's start with the bad/not so good and get that over with. The noise from the road was really bad. I wish that we had gone to the front desk to see if we could switch rooms but we didn't. Then we settled in and were unpacked so we really didn't want to switch then. We were on the end closest to road so not sure how far we would have to move in the hotel to get away from noise. Next, I was not happy to find a bright pink women's razor just sitting in the bathtub. So much for really cleaning the rooms good. Don't know how that was missed and I guess the ledge it was sitting on wasn't cleaned. Glad I had lots of lysol wipes with me to give it some extra cleaning. Also I was a little surprised at the condition of the room. It seemed quite worn in spots. Room def. needs a few touch ups. I believe we spent close to $200 each night so expected more for that. Let's get onto some of the good of the Best Western. We arrived quite ahead of check in time and the room was ready. We got the top floor which is what I had requested. Really liked having a separate sitting area. If the sitting area was switched with the bedroom that would have solved noise issues for sleeping. Man working the front desk was very helpful and friendly. There was a small free breakfast that wasn't great but was better than going out to eat both days. Coffee/drinks available 24/7. Bed was comfortable. Quiet neighbors. We didn't use the pool but one day it was empty and one day there were a ton of boys in it - maybe a sports team. Looked like they were enjoying it. All in all I will most likely never be in this area again but I probably would not stay here again due to the few issues I had. Hotel does have great reviews so maybe we were in a loud room and perhaps housekeeping dropped the ball. But in times of covid an unclean tub left a bad impression.

My family and I stopped here while passing through the Virgina Beach area. It's not fancy, doors open to the outside, but rooms looked recently remodeled, they were clean and tidy! Would definitely recommend to anyone passing through the area!

I highly recommend this hotel. Courteous staff, good options on rooms and overall great place to stay. I don't stay anywhere else unless Best Western Plus is completely booked. Great fitness center and pool area. Great location. Rewards program is great and there's a promotion that gives you a $20 gift card when you book on their site.

We stayed here for one night and enjoyed a quiet clean room, comfy beds and a decent breakfast. The only negative was that we looked at the pool and it was all cloudy. Ew. Other than that we would stay here again!

Overall appearance of hotel, room, lobby, grounds very clean and nice! But, the noise from the air conditioner, door hinges (just a little WD - 40 would have solved this, housekeeping needs to be more proactive to address these details), and traffic noise killed the experience.

Earlier this week we strayed at the hotel for the 6th time. Some of the familiar faces were missing as the hotel looks for new employees like every other small business right now. The room was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, and the service - my favorite thing about this hotel - was outstanding. The location is Ideal for overnighters coming from the western shore. Lunch at Fisherman's Inn, shopping and dinner in St Michael's or Tilghman Island, or my favorite Applebees just a half mile from the hotel. Great coffee, covid-19 precautions ieverywhere even for breakfast, a real bargain, as always.

Convenient location with free parking, breakfast options (limited due to COVID) and housekeeping available daily makes this a good choice relative to other hotels I have stayed at which during COVID are offering no breakfast and housekeeping services. The King Suite had a door between bedroom and living room making it especially quiet and the air conditioning was effective & controlled by me.

Great place with amazing staff. The overall hotel was clean. The rooms were also very clean and of good size. The beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. The pool was open and covid precautions maintained.

I found a fully masked staff with clear barriers in place to assure me they care. Missed the old breakfast meals, otherwise nothing else to complain about. Room was clean, nice towels, easy assess to electrical outlets. Frig worked as well as clean remote. Quite room despite being located near a four lane highway. Would patronize again.

Our stay at this Best Western Plus hotel always feels like our home away from home, due to the excellent service provided by management and staff. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in the area, regardless of how fancy or their amenities.

Booked on hotels.com which was easy. This place was clean . Check in staff were pleasant. Room was very clean. Had king size bed and it was quite comfortable. The bathroom is nice with plenty of counter space. Refrigerator and microwave worked. The windows even opened up a little so u could have fresh air! I really like that! The breakfast was decent-premodern egg sandwiches (which were ok), pancakes, prepackaged bagels, breakfast bars, yogurt, coffee/tea, cereal, prepackaged milk and juices. The gym and pool were open. It was easy enough to get to from the main road. Would stay here again!

I came down to visit family in the area and this hotel did nothing but accommodate my ever need!!! I was truly amazed by how clean and sanitized they kept everything. Defiantly will be back to this beautiful hotel in the future

I stay at this best western for work twice a week and it amazes me to see the measures they have been taking during the pandemic. Very clean and well disinfected each stay and I'm never disappointed. It is a must stay if you are in Easton md!!!

If BW is trying to improve their brand image in my mind ... they've succeeded! I hate to write such an OVERALL fantastic review because if your expectations are SO high, there's only one place to go ... down. But honestly, the BW @ Easton changed my whole perception/expectation about the hotel brand. Raised the bar! Very clean, very comfortable and very reasonably priced. Family of 4 fit well in suite w/ pull out. Swam for 2 hours in the heated, indoor pool. Has charm like a B&B, but private, quite rooms. Absolutely LOVED the towels and personal care products. Very close to anything you need. I may even stay here next time we're up for NAVY games; worth the drive for such a great stay! Thanks BW

The world in an a pandemic. The rooms MUST be clean. I entered a room with stained sheets and a stick from an eaten lollipop on the furniture. Although the front desk staff moved me to another room, I was very uneasy to see that the room had clearly not been cleaned. The bed was made to give the appearance of a clean room which was confusing. I was informed that Housekeeping was off for Christmas, but how could someone put us in a dirty room? I was so upset. I thought that hotels were doing increased cleanliness due to COVID-19, but this room did not even meet basic cleanliness standards. Furthermore, other guests did not wear their masks in the hotel even though that is a statewide mandate.

This is the best place to stay in Easton, MD. Accommodations, amenities and staff are tops. Good internet and fitness center, with a heated pool, too. Its location is very convenient, being right off US 50.

We stayed in Easton and this hotel to visit St. Michaels, Oxford, Cambridge and the surrounding areas. Very glad we did and did not stay in one of the tourist towns. Easton is a nice town with some great restaurants. We had easy access to all the sights. The hotel is very nice in all respects.

This Best Western is ALWAYS a great stay. Very clean hotel, very friendly staff and a very quiet sleep. Extra precautions due to Covid. I look forward to the breakfast but due to covid the normal buffet is gone for now. Grab and go options are still available (coffee, juice, fruit, cereal...microwave hot breakfast items at the check in counter upon request)

Top notch Best Western, great location near Route 50 and Easton Parkway. 20 minutes away from Cambridge and a great crab house called Ocean Odyssey. Just down Easton Parkway are all of the big box retailers and you are close to St Michael's and so many other great Eastern Shore Attractions. The hotel staff could not be better and the hotel is basically brand new.

Started off by giving us a room that some was in or had recently left. Move rooms and then awaken us at midnight with a pizza delivery. No apologies, nothing like oh well, this happens all the time. Room was real nice but it would have been nice to not have interruptions.

I have had a great stay at the BWP. The staff has been phenomenal. The owner and managers were great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was beautiful. The lobby and interior of the hotel was beautiful. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed.

I had previously stayed several times at the Comfort Inn a couple of miles away. I had heard from friends about the BW but, as it was slightly more expensive I passed on staying here. This time it was only $1 more per night. Friends reviews were entirely correct. The room accommodations were splendid, clean and spacious. The hot tub was an added benefit. The breakfast buffet was beyond many that I have had at hotels in the past- fruit, cold and hot cereals, eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, grits, pancakes, waffles, sausage and biscuits, amazing selection, Overall would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone.

The hotel was clean and updated. It also smelled so nice throughout the hotel. We enjoyed the hot tub, and the breakfast was wonderful! There were more otlptions than I've seen at any other hotel. We will definitely return!

The service was great. The hotel was very clean. The family loved the breakfast and especially enjoyed the waffle- and pancake- makers. We wish we had gotten in earlier so we could have used the pool.

It's 11pm as write this review, listening to the neighboring room's tv on the other side of the thin wall with traffic going by on the road outside the window covered by a green, brown, and orange curtain. The room is clean and large enough, and the staff was very nice, hence the 3 wheel review. However, given the noise and awful decor, I can't see rating this place any higher.

Our stay at the Best Western Plus in Easton was great. The hotel staff were very nice, hotel was very clean and had a warm feel. Nice lobby, coffee/water/tea available 24/7. The rate was great. We moved my son to Easton and it worked out perfectly. Lots of stores and restaurants close by. Very good location. Will definitely stay again when visiting my son or the area.

This hotel is very clean, well maintained and the staff is continuously keeping the place in pristine condition without interfering with guests. Breakfast was hot with lots of variety. The pool and hot tub was a bonus ! Clean and well maintained !

My first stay at a Best Western Plus - and it was A+! Clean, efficient, great amenities, nice hot/cold breakfast and I enjoyed the hot tub! Staff members were all friendly and helpful. Rooms were modern and spacious with everything you needed.

I love staying here when I am in the area. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and they have a great breakfast selection. The hotel is far enough from the main road so there is no road noise in the rooms. There are a dew restaurants within 5 minutes of the hotel for dining. The only downsides are that the hotel fills up wuickly when events are in the area and they raise their rates a lot during events and during the summer season.

What a catastrophe! No running water in special needs shower, thermostat did not work and the reception desk was totally unhelpful. Their phone system could not connect me to front desk and when I complained about the shower they told me “I will tell maintenance”. Absolutely the worst. Gives the Eastern shore a bad name! Only stay here if you don't need a shower or comfortable room.

The staff and accommodations are excellent and having breakfast, high speed internet, an indoor pool and fitness center are terrific amenities. The location is great for highway access and for going into Easton for shopping and meals.

The rooms were clean and the hotel appear very clean looking. Good breakfast with good selection of items to choose from. The heating system worked properly not too hot/cold. Had good TV channels. Front desk staff could improve on their customer service. When booking room, staff told me that I would have same type room from my previous stay but that wasn't the case. Poor presentation when checking out, no thank you, just handed the paper bill to me.

Our room was larger than expected, nicely decorated, and very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the whole experience was very pleasant and comfortable! We would definitely like to stay here again......

Outstanding value: We would rate this best Western plus as good as any hotel we have stayed at. The room was more like a suite then a hotel room. It was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Nice place to stay, We have used this hotel for the past several years when visiting St St Michaels, good location about 10 minutes away, close to all the good food in Easton too. Breakfast is good and plentiful.

We typically stay in another certain brand hotel but when one wasnt available in this area we decided to give this hotel a try. We have stayed in many hotels over the years and as such have developed high expectations so we were a little worried before check in. We were pleasantly surprised to find a clean and inviting parking lot and lobby. We were greeted by nice employees. The room was nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast was good as well. I would recommend this hotel.

We travel frequently all over the country and this hotel and staff were the best we have ever encountered. Property is set off the highway, serene setting flowers out front. Katie the front desk manager was amazing and made sure we were taken care of quickly and was so pleasant. The hotel is immaculate and beautiful furnishings and carpeting. Easton BWP can't be beat! Great location near St Michaels. Newer property that is well appointed. Hot breakfast with plenty of fresh choices, above average breakfast buffet! We always stop here on our way back from the Outer Banks!

I've stayed at this location many times. Each time, the staff is over the top with kindness. The prices here are great for all that you get, including peace of mind. This hotel is Beautiful, unlike any other BW I've ever stayed. The location is central. I would stay any other place on the Eastern shore of MD. This place is the place if you want to relax while traveling. indoor pool and Jacuzzi.

My husband and I recommend this Inn/Hotel to all. When you walk in the front door you feel at home. Whether you plan on staying one night or for a month you'll be happy here. The Staff, Service and amenities are second to none. We particularly enjoyed the self serve breakfast bar. Only in Munich, Germany did I see more choices of food. I used the pool and hot tub by myself on a weekday. The fitness room is fully equipped. You won't be disappointed if you stay at the Best Western Plus Easton Inn and Suites!

We stayed here for the 1st time as a way stop on a trip. We will certainly do it again. What a nice hotel! The room was well laid out, the bath room counter top was big enough for 2 people and the breakfast had a good selection. It looked like a new hotel, everything was so clean, the lobby beautiful.

My wife and I took the weekend to escape from city life and enjoy St. Michaels. We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel was extremely clean and was not short on amenities. I'd love to go back and stay again. Wish all my hotel experiences were like this! I was looking for a reasonably priced place to stay in Easton. I was traveling with a friend, so we wanted two beds. We agreed this was about as perfect as we could ask for. Located right off route 50, it was easy to find. Parking was ample. We checked in quickly. Our room was spacious, both beds were very comfortable, the bathroom amenities were great, the internet worked. And the next morning we each had a healthful breakfast. For all of this, the price was right and the place is very attractive.

All of the staff was attentive and friendly from check in and check out never hesitating to take care of issues as they arise which were not many. I was missing a "do not disturb" sign and housekeeper was visible on my floor who handed me one. I noticed she was available late night too. Wow!! Excellent hot choices of waffles, pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, sausage, biscuit/gravy each day. Loved having white/ chocolate milk in bottles instead of cartons. Peaches and plums were nice addition not offered in other hotels serving breakfast. No bananas which was unfortunate since I like for potassium. Loved the condiments on tables (Mrs. Dash, sea salt, old bay which is an eastern shore staple since the area is known for blue crabs and excellent seafood) which I have not seen other hotels offer. Thanks for having honey, not sure if it's local and having trays available for taking food to room. Attendant was visible and kept food well stocked and area cleaned. Best thing was starting breakfast at 5:30. Have not seen breakfast begin at any hotels I stayed up and down the eastern seaboard. Thank you Easton Best Western Plus for raising the bar and being steps above other hotel chains.

Loved staying here . I enjoy staying at BW hotels. Peace of mind of for a stay. Never a problem staying here. Clean and comfortable room. Was with our 2 grandkids an had plenty of room . Clean rooms is my major concern and this one really fits the bill. Only problem is you have to go up an do like a U turn to get going East on Rt 50 or turn into it. But it's worth it for a beautiful clean hotel!

If you are traveling the Eastern Shore of Maryland, this is the best motel you will find. It is close to the shore and numerous places of interest such as St. Michael's and Crisfield. It's only a few hours from Ocean City, Md., or Rehobeth Beach, Del.

What a pleasant stay! We went to St Michaels for a few days and stayed at the Best Western Plus in Easton. It was about a 15 minute drive. We only stayed one night, but it was probably the best Hotel I've ever stayed in. The price was reasonable and the staff was extremely friendly. The room was very clean and nicely decorated, they also have free HBO. The pool and gym areas were clean and welcoming. They had a wonderful breakfast setup with free coffee, tea, water and juice around the clock. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

We were made to feel welcome by staff in this comfortable,friendly hotel. We had to shorten our trip because we had an issue with our car. I called the hotel and immediately was assured that they could accomodate the change by the manager Bri, I found Bri, the mananger most helpful, concerned and obliging. Our rooms we're clean, spacious, and the bathroom with Rain shower was beautiful. The room contained everything necessary for our stay. The pool and Sauna was great for relaxing with the family.Thank you.

My boyfriend and I chose this hotel in Easton because we had such a positive experience at the previous BW we stayed. The Easton location was quaint and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. The fresh fruit in the morning was a plus!

This is our favorite choice to stay whenever we visit Easton once or twice a year. Even though we have family we visit, we stay at this place because it's very convenient. The service of the staff is great as well especially Brett (who takes care of almost any problem with the facility), Katy & Brie (front desk), Sara (breakfast/cleaning) and the other house-keeping staff. They make us feel like family. Keep it up. We will be back :)

We booked for a night while attending the Chesapeake Balloon and Wine Festival last weekend. We had a really friendly reception on arrival, the place was spotless and had free tea and coffee 24/7. The room was equally spotless and spacious. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially for this price. What a great stay; friendly, clean and affordable. Excellent.

This property is a "plus" property which means it is a step up from the typical Best Western. The decor is modern and nice, I am not a fan of the dark colors but it is nice. The property is well maintained and people are friendly. I booked a suite but it wasn't really a suite but just a bigger room with a sofa and a very small closet which was annoying as I wanted more room for clothes since I was here for a week. I found a lot of noise coming from other rooms. The property is good value for the price but I prefer the Fairfield down the road.

The staff at this Easton, MD Best Western were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well equipped. The bathroom sparkled! The pool area was very clean and the gym was nice. The access to snacks was great.

We looked at a few hotels in the area for the Chesapeake Balloon Festival and decided on the Best Western Plus. The location is good, close to Easton. The hotel breakfast was much better than I expected, the pool was open from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm, which was really convenient. The beds were comfortable, the room was very clean, it was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. We didn't expect much from a Best Western but the exceeded or expectations.

This property offers terrific value. The rooms are really comfortable with firm beds, comfortable occasional chair, great walk-in shower. Breakfast included scrambled eggs made with real eggs and skim milk. Fruit included fresh strawberries and blueberries. Definitely recommend.

A nice place. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the bathrooms are nice, nice big shower, good water pressure. The breakfast was amazing, real food, good coffee! Would stay here again! There is a safe in the room. Staff was friendly.

I always stay in Easton MD on my way to Ocean City. I always stay at 2 other hotels but I decided to give the Best Western a try and we were very satisfied with the accommodations and the free breakfast. We will definitely be back next year.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! It is beautiful, very clean, the staff goes above and beyond to be helpful and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Our room was large and comfortable. The location is convenient to many places. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a place to stay in this area. We have stayed here on our way to the Outer Banks of North Carolina many times. We make sure to book a room when we book our place in NC so we don't miss out! We love the property and the staff! Plus Easton is a lovely town.

We stayed in a king suite 7/14-16/2019. Front desk staff member "Heather" could not have been more pleasant throughout. The maintenance man was also very helpful. Our suite was great, probably because it's a fairly new building. A.C., 2 TV's & channel selection was more user friendly than most hotels; but they could use more and better channels. Excellent bed, linens, toiletries, furniture, lighting. Breakfast is a cut above, with very good items, such as: eggs, pancakes, super potatoes, cream chipped beef, bacon, sausage, raisin toast, and better coffee ( 24/7 ) than most hotels. The breakfast room is comfortable too. We applaud their water conservation policy of not doing a complete room clean-up unless we ask for it. My wife made this reservation, because the suite has a closed door bedroom, so I can watch late TV in the tiny living area ( second TV ) ... a major plus ! Of course, nothing is perfect, so here's why we give it 4 stars instead of 5. • There is no signage on Route 50 to lead you into the hotel, which is on 50, but you can't enter it from 50. You have to turn at the U-Haul turn-in, then turn left on Alicia. • It takes several minutes to get warm sink water, and we were there in a heat wave. • Our room, 328, needs a repair to bath stall side molding coming off the wall. • There is an unsightly tangle of wires under the desk. • The new waffle maker kept malfunctioning ( and I love my waffles ). Nevertheless, it was a good experience & bargain, and we would certainly return.

My wife and I decided to stay here on our trip to Ocean City and this hotel was excellent. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. We got a great room at a fair price. The room itself was clean and spacious. The hotel is along US Route 50 and there are a lot of stores and restaurants in a 10 mile radius for added convenience. We would definitely stay here again.

I was in Easton for business and stayed overnight at the Best Western. I wish my stay was longer. It is a nice hotel with great amenities.Very comfortable bed. It was very hot outside but the room was nice and cool. The hotel is easily accessible from the highway, plenty of parking, coffee 24/7, free bottled water, great ice machine and a very pleasant front desk and house keeping staff. Price was reasonable. Loved having a room on the first floor near the coffee and ice machine. I didn't have breakfast there but it looked really good. Nice dining room.

My first reaction when booking a room at a Best Western is no frills. I was totally surprised when I saw this beautiful hotel. The decor was a 10, the room was a very comfortable 10, the pool/hot tub was a 10, and although I didn't use it the workout room was more than sufficient. The breakfast choices were many and very good. I would definitely recommend.

I am typically not a lover of chain hotels but I can't recommend this Best Western Plus hotel enough! Away with my friend for a few day and it was Incredibly clean...(workers were always cleaning things in the lobby and pool area), and room was spotless. Amazing amenities, delicious full breakfast every morning and the girls (Kati & Tasha) at the front desk were so helpful and always with s smile. A definite go-to place next time we come. Stayed at this hotel for two nights on our first trip out-of-state with my new dialysis equipment. Heather, at the reception desk, was super helpful. She and Brett got all of our luggage and equipment up to our room. What a help! When we found that the room we were assigned would not accommodate the equipment, she relocated us to another which better fit our needs-no fuss, no hassle. The staff treated us like privileged family. Heather provided us with a great restaurant recommendation. This hotel is beautifully kept and is in a great location. We did many excursions to surrounding historical and cultural sites. The rooms are large with comfortable beds. They provide a full, complementary breakfast and coffee throughout the day. We will stay here whenever we are on the Eastern Shore.

I always book this hotel when travelling from MA because of its location, amenities, and the managers who recognize me. They take very good care of us. Check in and out is easy and painless. I can also usually get a room even if I just show up. Breakfast always plentiful. Staff always smiling,and greet you in the morning and when you return... even remember guests from out of town. I have a lot of great memories over the years staying here.

Stayed for a weekend and the room was a suite (with a couch and chair that were not that comfortable) but very nice. The hotel staff was very nice, acknowledging us every time we entered or left the hotel. That was something that does not happen other places and it was appreciated. The breakfast was what you should expect at a hotel but included bacon, sausage, and eggs, as well as hash-browns, so I loved that. Really enjoyed our stay.

I was in St. Michaels for a wedding and this was the suggested hotel. Nice, clean and friendly staff with full free breakfast and best of all- free 24/7 coffee tea, bottle waters. Only negative- off a main road- if you like to walk nowhere to go. Gym equipment a bit dated.

I wish this hotel was in every city I travel to. Just beautifully appointed throughout. Stayed in a gorgeous king suite. So clean and fresh. Attractive indoor pool and fitness space. Lovely lobby and breakfast room. Good breakfast options. Only tweak I'd suggest: better quality coffee. But delightful in all other respects.

My husband and I were in Easton MD for Jalopyrama! I would recommend this Best Western Plus anytime. The front desk staff are courteous and attentive to their guests. The rooms are well appointed and clean. As well the location is central to beaches, shopping, and dining!

We came for a car show. This is the best Best Western I have seen and I travel a lot. The breakfast selection was varied. Lots to choose from. They found room for our trailers. The rooms are like small apartments with refrigerators and microwaves. There was a fold out couch and a door on the bedroom.

I booked this hotel for the st michaels wine fest weekend because it was close enough without being super expensive. We didn't arrive until about 9:30pm. The front desk staff was so nice and friendly. They even gave us a coupon when they heard that's why we were here. She gave us a quick run down of when breakfast was and other little details of the hotel. The indoor heated pool and hot tub are open until 11pm so we were able to relax in both of them as well. Everything was extremely clean and everyone was extremely friendly. The breakfast was impressive to me with the amount of variety they have. They have dry cereal, fresh fruit, fruit cups, milk (whole, 1%, and chocolate), yoplait and chobani yogurt, hard boiled eggs, pancakes, biscuits, sausage gravy, sausage, bacon, and I can't remember what else because there were so many options. They also have coffee and tea. This is a place that I will want to stay at again.

We have stayed in this establishment once a year for the past 4-5 years. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained. They have a full breakfast that is included. The hot tub is wonderful and there is a pool. We highly recommend it if you are in the area. It is within 10-15 minutes of St. Michaels.

We received a very warm welcome and were delighted to discover we had received a complimentary upgrade. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was wonderful with great water pressure (not typically my experience in hotels). The breakfast was very good as well.

Best Western inn an Suites , Easton Md . Loved the cleanliness of this property. Highly recommend this hotel. Only thing it was Feb and the pool area was extremely chilly watching the grandkids enjoying the pool.

The rave reviews did not meet expectations. The immediate first impression of front desk staff was suspicious, cold, and strangely unwelcoming, and almost hostile from all 3 individuals behind the front desk! A very unhappy and surly trio to say the least and a very bad tone to start off our arrival with. What an unkind welcome to complete strangers who did nothing but walk through the front door! Really unbelievable for a hospitality industry. The hotel itself appeared relatively new and off season gave a welcome use for the pool and jacuzzi. Sleeping was noisy with the highway traffic and the loud heating system that rattled on and off throughout the night along with a hot water pipe that exploded sporadically in the bathroom after using the shower. The bedding and sheets are extremely abrasive, the sheets feel like a thin piece of burlap and no comforter whatsoever, only a thin Best Western colored bedcover with no real function. The breakfast was simulated eggs and simulated pancakes made to look nice but were not real. There is nothing amazing about this hotel and the “mean spirited” reception for no reason, was a huge turn off. Working in a hospitality industry means staff must be solicitous and welcoming and personable. Sadly this front desk staff gets an F on such a basic skill.

The Best Western in Easton, MD was a wonderful place to stay. The lobby and room was very clean. It was really easy to check in and check out. We stayed for the complimentary breakfast. There were so many tho ha to choose from to eat. The Staff was friendly.

This is my 5th visit to this wonderful hotel in the past three years. It is a hidden gem on Route 50 and my first choice year-round when I want to just get away for a day. Close to Easton, St Michaels and Tilghman Island there are plenty of interesting things to see and do, and if you are simply busy and hungry there are excellent chain restaurants only a half mile away on Route 50. The staff are outstanding and I like seeing familiar faces every time I visit. The rooms are spotless, spacious, well supplied, modern, comfortable, and everthing works. The complimentary full breakfast is excellent with lots of choices. For value, quality, and convenience this is the best value I have ever seen.

We go to Easton every New Year's Eve to see the Crab Drop. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and always had a great experience. The hotel is very well maintained. The pool is great and the complimentary breakfast is good.

My husband and I reserved rooms here for our wedding, and we were very pleased with how helpful the staff were. As far as we know, everything (e.g., welcome bag delivery, shuttle pick-up, etc) went smoothly, and our guests enjoyed their stay.

We have stayed here a couple of times and very pleased with the property. The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable and the internet is fast. Breakfast in standard fare with the room being very clean. The lobby is inviting and makes you want to sit down and read a book. The front desk staff is very friendly and courteous with suggestions for dining and tourist information. My only complaint is that this hotel puts sachet in pouches then hangs them from the door hinges (I found at least 2). I am very allergic to strong scents so this practice is a little annoying. I will make sure to call the property direct before arrival so that they can remove these items.

Very nice room and reception was responsive to our request for an additional chair for our room. Parking was very convenient. Breakfast was complete and I appreciate having skim milk available. All the cereal had added sugar and it would be better to have some healthier cereal. Would stay again.

We travel to Maryland tree or four time a year and we always stay at The Easton Best Western. Cleanest Motel l have ever been in, Great staff, polite, courteous , knowledgeable, they could not be more gracious, the Manager, Brandy, has always gone the extra mile for us and our associates, plus they have the best breakfast in town and it comes with the room. We've been coming to the Maryland Eastern Shore in November for 26 years. Usually, we stay in Cambridge. This year we picked the Best Western Plus in Easton because of its excellent T.A. Rating and reviews. What a pleasant choice. This is the best stay we have had at any hotel in those many years. This hotel is exceptional: clean, comfortable, nice size rooms and a friendly, helpful staff. I made reservations In advance. They recognized me by name even though this was a busy weekend due to a local festival. As a gold card member they offered free soft drinks and snacks from their shop and they had a king size suite on the first floor as I had requested. Getting to the hotel is a bit tricky especially at night. There is no direct entrance from Rt 50. You have to take one of two side roads and enter the hotel parking lot from the back. Parking is convenient and luggage carts are available. Our room was terrific. Amenities included Direct TV, microwave, fridge with freezer and a safe. Closets are large and there are plenty of hangers. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Lighting is adequate. There are plenty of outlets for charging you laptop or phone. The bath has a shower/tub. Hot water is a bit slow coming on but it will get plenty hot. And the towels are big, fluffy and not worn out like at some other places. Breakfast is better than most motel fare. The dining area is kept very clean. Choices include eggs, sausage, bacon, hash browns, cereal, fresh fruit and juice, pancakes and coffee. The daily paper and USA Today are available. I can't say enough about the staff. The manager Brandee was very responsive to our requests and everyone behind the desk is friendly and genuinely concerned that you are having a pleasant stay. We will return to the Shore again and we will stay here again

Service and recognition with a smile goes a long way. No matter what time of day staff recognizes you with eye contact and a greeting consistently. This is the only place to stay in Easton - St. Michaels area.

I felt a genuine warmth and welcome from the moment I checked in. Especially by General Manager, Brandee S. Diggs. He recognized I am a directionally challenged individual and so he patiently outlined the offbeat locations I would be visiting in my 2-day visit. Gave me his business card with private cell number in case I got lost! When I told him I am a light sleeper, he had me view a prospective room. I noticed immediately it was large, attractive and spotlessly clean (thank you, housekeeping). What I didn't notice was that the bedroom part of the suite faces Hwy 50. I had a sleepless night, waking every time an 18-wheeler roared by. In fairness, btw, I doubt the muted noise would bother a heavy or even average sleeper. I complained to the overnight desk person at 6 am. She immediately moved me to a quieter location. Thanks again! Second night was perfection. After (a terrific) breakfast, I checked out. Here's the shocker: Brandee did not charge for the first night! He certainly didn't have to do that, especially considering he had shown me the first room and I had acccepted it. In all my travels, to many parts of the U.S. and the world, I have never encountered such kindness and consideration. Message to Best Western: You have a valuable employee. Give this man a promotion whereby he trains all BW managers to rise to his level. And of course, a commensurate raise!!

Best place to stay! Only a short drive into St. Michael's and Easton. The hotel was clean, friendly staff, amazing breakfast and other amenities. The staff recognized our Platinum status with BW and we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade to a suite.

The Best Western Plus Easton Inn & Suites is about 5 years old and still in great condition. The rooms are really nice and spacious. The only complaint is that the road noise from U.S. 50 can be heard in the rooms - not loud, but it is noticeable.

Spent 3 nights here touring the area. Found this hotel to be sooo hospitable. Everyone working there were so nice. Clean place and very welcoming. Would definitely recommend to anyone .wish i could've stayed longer

We checked in around 5 hours late due to Airline delays and traffic jam from Dulles Airport however everything was ready our room was huge with a sitting area with couch and chair king size bed with free wifi. The staff were amazing and answered any questions we had also recommend good places to eat. The breakfast was included and had everything from eggs ,bacon and sausage to pancakes cold cereal even fresh fruit and more , the pool area was a great place to take a swim or use the hot tub when we returned in the evening to unwind. All in All well kept hotel very clean quiet and not far from town we stayed 3 nights from Sept 21 -checked out mornIng of Sept 24/18 had a great stay thanks to the staff for being so nice.We traveled for father in-laws memorial and fulfill his last wishes.

During our recent trip for a wedding in CT, we stayed a total of 6 hotels. Best Western Plus Easton by far surpassed every one of them. Hospitality is their motto and it surely shows, from the manager right down to the housekeeping staff, breakfast staff and front desk staff. They all were extremely helpful and willing to please. Amenities far surpassed any of the hotels, and the breakfast....outstanding!! Much more than we would ever expect. Breakfast staff was very attentive to making sure everything was refilled as needed and the breakfast area was kept clean at all times. The staff, especially the manager, were friendly, helpful, caring and even made suggestions for rainy day activities, restaurants and traffic alerts as needed. We were always greeted upon our return after a day out and asked how our day was. This was truly an amazing experience. Hospitality at it's absolute finest!!!

Pleasantly surprised by this Best Western Plus as I have never stayed with them before. Check-in and check-out was fast, staff were friendly, bed was comfortable, complimentary breakfast was hot and had a good variety of items and 24 hour coffee, tea and water! Didn't use the gym or pool, but both looked nice. Couldn't turn the air off in the room as thermostat was tricky to use, so the AC ran all night, even though it was cooler outside.

We spent two nights at the Best Western in Easton Maryland. It is the nicest Best Western I have ever stayed at. We were traveling from a distance and arrived quite early, and were gratefully pleased when Brandy at the front desk let us check in early. That was a blessing. Our room was very spacious with everything you would need. And the hotel is only 5 years old so everything looks brand new. The breakfast buffet was OVER THE TOP, and that's an understatement. More selections then I've ever seen at a complimentary buffet, and extremely clean and tidy. The breakfast area and lobby are just beautiful!! We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, very clean and perfect temperature. The staff was very friendly. Brandy at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible! Thank you Brandy!! As I said, BEST Best Western ever!

Had a wedding to attend in Saint Michaels. Choose this hotel because it was 25 min from wedding site. Was very impressed with the hotel. The room was was very comfortable with a separate bedroom. Had a sitting area with sofa bed. The breakfast was quite good. Staff was friendly and professional. Would stay there in the future.

The exercise was clean and had a nice variety of equipment. The tread,mill was a little noisy, but nothing I couldn't deal with for an hour. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Everything was as expected. Clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Good breakfast with pancakes and bacon. We stayed one night while traveling. If I had to pick on anything, it would be the pool, which was extremely small and had cloudy water. We did not let our kids go in. Otherwise, we were well satisfied with this hotel.

Visiting the eastern shore of Maryland for the first time, we were looking for an inexpensive, centrally located hotel with suites available. This Best Western Plus fit the bill on all counts. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the price point perfect and the location ideal. We really couldn't have asked for a better experience. A modest hotel that provides everything you need...and a pool and whirlpool. We will definitely return.

I'm a big fan of the Hilton brand of hotels but in this area they are a bit over priced. I happened to take a chance an stay here a couple of years ago and have been coming back ever since. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I get the same amenities as the Hilton brand just a bit more reasonable. I would highly recommend

the hotel was totally awesome... very clean,we had a king suite very clean. free breakfast was very good. i enjoyed the little patios outside the front door even though we don't smoke it was very refreshing to sit outside on comfortable furniture. the front desk was very accommodating when my phone charger broke they lent me one for our stay. tv selection was slim and movie rental was a little high $19.99. i would definitely stay here again

We stayed at this hotel over a three-day weekend with two other couples. The general manager Brandee Diggs was so accommodating. His great sense of humor was very much appreciated. Without even asking he arranged for all our rooms to be close to each other to make the best of our vacation. We sincerely appreciated it and loved our stay at this hotel. Very clean and comfortable. We most recently stayed at this hotel for a long 4th of July weekend but it was not our first stay here. The hotel is new and very well maintained. Staff is professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. One big minus is the size of pillows- they are really big and uncomfortable. But this is often the case with hotels, so we always bring our own pillows with us and it was not an issue. The hotel has a very nice swimming pool and hot tub. The gym is on the small size but one can have a decent workout. Parking is adequate and free. The hotel is very close to the downtown area but you will need a car to get there. I did not see any safe walking alternatives to driving (the roads are big and busy in the summer, with a lot of beach traffic passing by). If there was one thing I would like to see changed, it is that they provide the option to recycle. Other than that, it is a great choice of a hotel if you are in the area.

Clean, modern hotel, large rooms, excellent breakfast. Helpful and willing staff. Indoor heated pool, workout room, business center. I will and will not hesitate to stay again. Short drive to historic downtown area and interesting restaurants.

We stayed in a king suite with our 1 year old grandson. The sitting room was a great place to deposit his crib so we didn't bother him after his bedtime, and microwave and fridge were essential. He also had plenty of room to play on the floor. Relatively quiet despite proximity to US 50. On outskirts of north of town, various chain restaurants close by. One minor downside: approaching eastbound requires a U-turn. Good breakfast buffet where all three of us found plenty to eat. It would have been nice to have a picnic and / or play and sitting area outside: the couches on either side of the entrance are dedicated to smoking. Overall a good experience.

Friends and I stayed here because we were participating in the Eagleman 70.3 triathlon. It was 20-30 minutes from the race site depending on traffic. The hotel was clean, comfortable and safe. From the moment we checked in to when we had to leave, we felt well taken care of. Our room had 2 double beds and a pull out couch. The beds were amazing and the pull out couch was less than amazing, but despite that, I really don't have any complaints. The complementary breakfast had plenty of choices, especially on race day where they opened it early and one of the staff made special nutritional loaves. Bottled water was always available at no charge, on the day of the race there were bars and snacks as well as individual packs of biofreeze for our aching muscles. There was a small business area in case you needed access to a computer, a sitting area that is comfortable and cozy, and an elevator big enough for a couple bikes as well as people. We never used the indoor pool and hot tub, but it looked welcoming. There were plenty of places to eat in the area, plenty of parking at the hotel and the parking area was well lit. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for race participants.

We stayed for two nights here. We were in the area for the Memorial of a dear friend and needed comfort and quiet and this place delivered that and more. The staff is friendly, the breakfast offered is plentiful, our room was very clean and very comfortable and so were those of our other family and friends who stayed here. I left my Boze earphones behind and the excellent cleaning staff found them and the excellent front desk staff arranged to send them to me in NYC, without asking for any payment for that above and beyond service. Thank you to all at this location and yes, I would stay here again!

I stayed for one night in this well run, extremely clean hotel. Breakfast was great, the room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. I even noticed the remote had been sanitized. I usually wouldn't look at Best Western but this one was as nice as any Marriott or Hampton I have stayed in!

Stayed here while in Maryland for Eagleman 70.3 triathlon. It was simply perfect! The hotel is about 20 minute easy drive from Cambridge, where race takes place. Seems like the place has been totally renovated. Room was super clean, bathroom/shower was brand new. Breakfast was way better than average “free” breakfasts. Most impressive was how accommodating the hotel staff were for the athletes staying to compete at Eagleman. They went over and above to help out. Highly recommend this place if travelling to this neck of the woods. ????????

This was probably the cleanest room we have had in any property we have stayed in, ever. Things seemed new and fresh. The staff was pleasant and efficient; breakfast was nicely balanced and well prepared. While this is not a "fancy" property, my stay was nicer by far than most of my stays at high end hotels, and I would stay again at this property in a heartbeat!

Excellent vacation stay in a very well run property. The hotel is centrally located within about a 20 mile radius of most Eastern Shore activities. The manager, Brandy , is very knowledgeable and shares a wealth of information about restaurants and current happenings. You couldn't find a more welcoming property to visit in this terrific area.

Only had a one night stay but the visit was good. We met friends for a short visit to St. Michaels. We were able to have an early check-in. Brandy at the front desk was friendly. He was helpful with info about places for seafood in St. Michaels. We enjoyed both places he recommended. It was also nice that when we enter or left the hotel we were greeted by the person at the front desk. Rooms was nicely decorated and clean. The breakfast area had a great variety of items so you certainly will find something you like. The breakfast server was checking on the food throughout the time we were there. The hot tub was HOT--unlike many that are only lukewarm. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Nice fitness center right there, too. It is a smoke-free hotel. Only wish that were was a non-smoker section out front. It was a nice day and thought we would sit out front before we left for dinner.--but both sides had ashcans for the smokers and the smell was too strong for us nonsmokers. We had no complaints however, our friends are light sleepers and said after 6 am they woke up due to traffic. So ask for a room farther from Rt 50 if you are bothered by that.

We enjoyed this hotel May 10 - 13 2018 as we were in the area to attend my niece's wedding. We were a party of 3 as we had my Mother with us. We found the accommodations to be clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The pool and hot tub were clean and inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay. We would stay again.

Staff couldn't have been nicer. Generous hot breakfast with lots of choices. The room was spacious and spotless and well equipped. Even pond view. Very open and inviting. Didn't have time for the pool but wish I had.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff was generally friendly and helpful. Our room was neat, clean and all in working order. Breakfast buffet (included) is one of the best I've had with fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, pancake maker and 3 hot breakfast items. The only downside to this hotel is the lack of outdoor seating areas - there are a couple of cozy areas on either side of the lobby doors. Unfortunately, during our stay they had full ashtrays that made the area smell like stale smoke.

Planned on only one night. Stayed for two it was so comfortable and relaxing. Great staff. Breakfast was very complete. Close to other towns for playing “ tourist”, a good home base. Bed was one of the best we have had on this trip. Hotel is five years old but feels almost brand new.

This lovely hotel is located just slightly away from the hustle and bustle so a quiet nights rest is almost guaranteed. It's a newer hotel so everything is up-to-date and new. The staff was friendly, our room was clean, our bed was comfortable and breakfast we good. We will definitely be making a return visit during our next trip to the area.

Called late in the day when on a business trip to get a room. The call was answered by Jammie who got a room blocked for me. Jammie actually checked me in and out the following morning and was so great to deal with. Check in was easy, the hotel has really good curb appeal and the lobby as well as the whole hotel was very clean. I used the fitness room which was nice with cardio equipment, free weights and nautilus equipment. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and quiet. Breakfast in the morning was one of the best I have had at a hotel that supplies complimentary breakfast. Well stocked, bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits, cereals, pastries etc... and the muffin I took for the road was outstanding. I look forward to my next visit to the area!!

Extremely clean, friendly hotel with GREAT BEDS. The front desk clerk was easy going and friendly. Everything was very clean. Nice clean pool and good exercise room. The breakfast area is large and welcoming.

Wonderful stay :) The next-door guests (possibly ex-military/para-military) kept slamming the door loudly while checking out early in the AM (but that is not the hotel's fault). The breakfast was very substantial and good. Just a few minor things that they can work on, although I still give them 5 stars: 1) Wi-Fi keeps getting disconnected. 2) The elevator buttons needed to be pressed hard in order to function 3) The pool is slightly over-chlorinated.

This motel exceeded my highest expectation. It is extremely clean, well managed and comfortable. The rooms offer great amenities. The management is exceptional as evidenced by the condition of the facilities and the attitude of employees.

I've been told that Rt 50 is extremely busy during the summer months. This hotel is convenient for those travellers returning north, and probably south though necessary to cross at light. We had a suite comprised of a tiny sitting area with pull-out, desk for computer and TV. Bath between living rm area and bedroom. The heater was noisey. There is an additional TV in bedroom. Remote control units are sanitized. Breakfast consists of scrambled eggs, meats, etc., standard fare. Refined well decorated entry area. Friendly staff with available local info. Small nearby towns are affluent with historic interests. If you love seafood and beautiful sunsets, see Doc's Seafood Grill.

This hotel is beautiful and so clean! The staff is so friendly, always! The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the selection for breakfast is unbelievable! We have been several times now, and would, without hesitation, recommend this hotel a thousand times over! It is far superior to other hotels I have stayed in that were double or triple the nightly rate of this hotel. A great experience - ALWAYS!

We have stayed in many BW all over the country, and this BW hands down is the best. Staff takes care of you regardless of time of day. Quiet and beautifully decorated it is warm and welcoming. Love their breakfast especially the on-the-go items. Packages of hard boiled eggs in the shell, individually-wrapped muffins, bagels and danishes just to name a few. In the summer, we liked to get seafoods from the Crab Shack nearby. This time we got to stay in an extended stay suite. It was absolutely wonderful.

Visited the area for an anniversary weekend. Chose this hotel because of the wonderful reviews. We were not disappointed. Very nice hotel. Quick check in. Huge room with separate living space. Big bathroom with nice amenities. Breakfast offered a nice selection with a big bowl of fresh fruit. Would definitely come back.

Excellent service, rooms and amenities. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and satisfied. I will stay here again next year, it's my new favorite in this location. The huge bathroom counter was a big plus for this dance Mom.

We stayed for one night driving thru for work and was very pleased with everything. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast has lots of options and tasted great. There was an indoor pool and hot tub that we did not get to enjoy but will next time there. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. I loved the ceiling fan with a light on the ceiling. The only thing I wish had been there was a night stand on both sides of the bed for my drink and phone as well as my husbands. Other than that would definitely recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed.

I travel a lot and use all the mid-range chains. This property is convenient to downtown Easton. This is a Suite with a sitting room, includes a fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. There are flat screen TV's in both rooms. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, the shower is awesome. The staff is friendly and helpful and everything is scrupulously clean. Coffee and juice are available 24 hrs a day in the breakfast room. I will definitely book here again!

We suddenly had business come up in town and were able to get a room at a great price on very short notice. As always, the staff were welcoming, the hotel is clean with very comfortable beds, great breakfast with lots of tasty selections, pool and hot tub are something to look forward to at the end of a stressful day of business. General Manager Brandee S. Diggs is on-site and actively engaged with the staff and guests; this is a very well run and maintained hotel. We have enjoyed our visits.

My husband and I went to Easton for the weekend and booked the Best Western Plus based on reviews. We were mostly just hoping for it to be passable. Whoa- we were blown away! It was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. Two things that were an interesting surprise - we were able to open the windows (albeit only a few inches for safety) and there was a ceiling fan in our room. Both of those alleviated the usual stuffiness of hotel rooms. Two things that were a fantastic surprise - breakfast was incredible. Really delicious hot items and some of the best coffee we've had. Second - the indoor pool and jacuzzi are impeccably clean and well-maintained. We are already devising reasons to visit again soon. Don't hesitate - this is a top notch hotel with a friendly and helpful staff.

Who knew Best Western is luxury hotel. The breakfast buffet was endless. Better than any other in town. The rooms are huge and new. Coffee bar in all rooms. Clean..and I check for hidden dust and mold..NONE.

By far one of the best places we have stayed. Super clean, staff was super friendly , and def great price. I felt like we should have probably paid more for what we got there. The free breakfast was not the average free continental breakfast either. It was delicious and a lot to chose from. Def will go back and will look into staying at more best western plus hotels. Hopefully they will be as great as this one.

It was about 20 degrees out and we unexpectedly lost heating and hot water at the house. We needed a close,warm, safe place to stay, quickly . The manager at the Best Western Plus Easton Inns and Suites gave us a great deal on a King Suite with kitchenette and wet bar, separate bedroom, sitting and dining area. The staff was welcoming, conversational and just plain nice. The rooms and overall setting were comfortable for my wife, daughter and myself. The complimentary snacks, beverages and breakfasts were better than many we've paid dearly for. My daughter especially enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool while watching kids play ice hockey on the pond outside. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

We stayed the weekend of New Years and had other family members staying there as well . The staff is so friendly and nice !! This is not the first time we have stayed there and it is always a great stay!!! The rooms are clean and comfortable!! The heated pool area is always clean and water temperature was perfect! We had such a great stay with the family and we were visiting family too . Also the breakfast buffet is very clean and super good !! I would highly recommend to anyone !!

We spent four nights over the New Year weekend and had a blast. This is an amazing property. We had two king suites, and really enjoyed it. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The breakfast is really good too.

Best Western Easton are lovely accommodations with plentiful breakfast selections, first class customer service, and clean and restful rooms. Our one and only choice in this area. Our home away from home in Maryland!

This is a nice, new Best Western on the highway near Easton, Maryland. I tried to book on line and could not get what I wanted so I called the hotel and the man I spoke with was extremely helpful. We stay at this hotel about 1 or 2x a year and he remembered us--he pulled up my husband's BW number even though I was using my maiden name when I called. The breakfast is excellent and the staff are superb. You can't beat the value. We stayed two nights with our two grown kids and had adjoining rooms and a little sitting area--all for $400, with breakfast and easy parking. HIghly recommend it.

The hotel is excellent. If staying anywhere in the area, this should be a first choice! The staff, from manager to chambermaids, is attentive and makes sure your stay is the best possible. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. The common areas are very clean and beautiful.

At the suggestion of our daughter who we were visiting, we booked a 5 night stay at this property in mid December. We had one of the 2 room suites on the third floor. Everything about our experience was positive: friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, comfortable room, and very nice breakfast options. We will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future!

Was a great 3 nights. Amazing Breakfast!!! Comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean and staff was willing to help with directions and any thing we asked. The location was a little difficult because of the roads but once there was well worth the effort.

Facility was very clean and pleasantly decorated. The staff were professional and very willing to serve our needs. Staff were always friendly and curious to our needs to make our stay pleasant. The breakfast food was fresh, delicious, and a good selection of items was available.

The suite was just ideal in this new best western. Nice bedding with multiple sheets and blankets. Bathroom was very nice. I enjoyed the hot tub. A delicious breakfast with many hot and cold choices. Tea, coffee and juices available all day.

We ended up looking for a new place to stay two weeks before our trip because the hotel we were going to stay at closed for renovations, leaving us high and dry. What a blessing that turned out to be! The hotel was very clean, staff was helpful, and beds were very comfortable. Will stay again and would highly recommend.

This hotel is difficult to get to the first time coming from the north and west, but after a simple lesson from staff you handle it easily. So, I suggest you just get that info before heading here first. This is a 4 year old property that is still in mint condition. The staff really cares. The breakfast area is overseen by Rose so the food is well prepared and flavorful, well presented, and the place is perfectly maintained. I am talking so clean you could do brain surgery here. Then there is what must be the main reason. His name is Brandy and he took the role of our personal Inn Keeper. He gave us all the time and info to fill our every need. Including the local inside stuff that makes your stay in a new area really special. We had a suite since I am an early riser and wife not so much. Perfectly quiet I did not bother her a bit. Coffee, juice, and water available 24 hours a day so I was all hooked up. A special stay and we shall certainly return. One small caution if you are like me (I have had both knees replaced and am afraid of falling) be cautious in the shower. Brandy is getting this addressed soon, but in the short term take measures for safety sake.

I'm a germ-a-phobe so cleanliness is a huge factor...also appearance. This hotel is only a few years old so it still has a fresh look and it was clean. The bed was very comfortable, the was wyfi and tv, so it was a good experience. The breakfast is also very nice. I especially enjoyed the coffee.

Very pleasant stay. Accommodations were neat and clean. The internet connection was fast and easy to use. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good and filling. Will probably visit here again next time we are in the area.

We stayed here while at a local wedding. The pool was the perfect temperature, and very clean. The hot tub was also not too hot or cold. Open most of the day and night, and well stocked with towels. The bathroom in the pool area was also very clean. We had a king suite, and it was spacious and clean. Only complaint is they need to attend the heating and cooling unit. Lots of dust there, but the bathroom and rest all seem to be clean. The breakfast area in the morning even had gluten and nut-free items, which for us was a huge bonus and not often seen. Coffee, tea, and water is available all day long. The staff could not have been more welcoming. We were totally stay here again if ever in the area.

We made our annual trek to the Waterfowl Festival in beautiful Easton Md. We Enjoyed Oysters, Crabs, Shrimp, and Rock Fish on the Eastern Shore, our stay at the The Best Western Plus Inn and Suites, Easton, could not have been better, the staff and accommodations are truly first class, it is the only place to stay in Easton as far as we are concerned, ask for Brandy.

The Waterfowl Festival week is a great getaway week.The Easton / St. Michaels, Md. area has something for the whole family, without traveling excessive miles.Great restaurants for all pallates, sea glass, art, decoys, aquatic life, and beaches and setting suns. A true home away from home experience. There are nice changes for me every year, and not the same old same ole.Take a leap, you will love the experience!!

We decided on this location versus another section of the country due to the ratings of the property. We were not disappointed. The concern shown for our satisfaction continued from check-in to check-out. When our gluten-free needs were disclosed, they followed up after checking to let us know which hot breakfast items were gluten-free. The next morning, another employee inquired as we were at breakfast to be sure we were aware of the gluten -free options. The staff knowledge of the area and willingness to provide background and information about both dining and sightseeing options in the area (Easton, Cambridge, St. Michaels) was invaluable and always accurate. We will gladly return to this property when visiting this area in the future.

There is nothing to complain about - an outstanding value, and the staff is what makes this place special. Friendly, relaxed yet efficient, with the remarkable ability to remember names of guests, even if their previous stay was months ago. So much service, value, and comfort for the money - it's the best property in the entire area, and that includes St Michaels.

This is a very nice hotel with clean rooms and good service. We especially appreciated the comfortable pool temperature and the clean hot tub. The fitness center was small but adequate. It could benefit from an additional area with some mats for Yoga and Pilates exercises.

We have stayed at the Best Western in Easton Maryland a number of times in the past few years. The staff and the service is always excellent. The hotel and the grounds are well kept, the house keeping staff do an excellent job. When we are in the area it is the only hotel where we stay.

Can't say enough good things about this hotel. But most importantly the staff are awesome. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and helpful from front desk to those in the breakfast area. We stayed there while my husband ran the Ironman race and they were so helpful. They even had an extra early breakfast set up with food for the athletes ; and they didn't jack up their prices like most other hotels in the area did. The rooms were clean and so where the bathrooms which is a sticking point for me. I would def stay here again, all in all a great stay.

We chose this hotel because of location- central for our day-trips, and convenient to our daughter's home. We will return because we were treated so very well. However, you should select this hotel because of its cleanliness, its large and comfortable suites, a great breakfast-- even the bacon is appropriately crisp, the front desk recommendations--even arranging for our daughter's car to be serviced-- and the lovely decor-- halls are bedecked with large framed photos of local wildlife and pastoral scenes of nearby places. The hotel is convenient to 50, the main route connecting Ocean City to the Bay Bridge. Typical chain restaurants surround it. But, please let Tandy direct you to a local dining spot. He selected our choices for three days and never steered us wrong! And, most importantly, that front desk is always manned....

Recently I traveled to Maryland and made reservations in Easton,Md. The location was perfect for where I had to go for my appointment. The hotel had all of the amenities I needed for my stay, Breakfast, Fitness Center ,and Wi-Fi. I was very impressed with all the features available and the room was outstanding, along with the breakfast. They also had complimentary drinks and snacks were available at a minimal price.

We stayed in Easton so I could participate in the Maryland Ironman. It was a beautiful hotel and super easy to get to Cambridge for the race. Restaurants and shopping was close too and easily accessible. Would definitely stay there again

This BW in Easton is a great choice if you're going to be in the area. The hotel is attractive inside and out. The rooms are spacious and clean. The front desk staff were always efficient, friendly and professional. The free breakfast was very good and the free water bottles available to hotel guests were an added plus. We'll definitely return if we ever stay in the Easton area again.

We were on the Eastern Shore of Maryland for a family reunion. Had an excellent hotel experience. Great location, clean and attractive room, friendly and attentive staff. Could not have been nicer. Several family members staying at other local hotels had miserable experiences with their lodging, while we were so pleased with ours.

I stay at this hotel regularly to visit nearby family. I never fail to have a pleasant experience. Staff will go out of their way to help and the facility is well maintained and clean. On my latest visit I had failed to make a reservation, but the situation was managed quickly for my convenience. I was just glad they had a room for me.

Going to a wedding in St Michaels, MD , the venue was sold out and the nearest suggestion in St Michaels had a room for $1000. bucks per night. We were a1/2 hour away at this Best Western Plus and the value was great. I would rather give the Bride & Groom more $ than spend it on a room . This place was neat & clean and well run . Even made my Hubby happy as they had Chipped Beef on the breakfast that morning.

I honestly would have never thought about Best Western, but I must say it is a wonderful Hotel. Everything was very clean and neat and the breakfast was scrumptious. We had a double queen 1 bedroom suite, and it was nice. The room is a little on the small side, but it does the job of creating separate space and privacy within the room. I loved having 2 TVs so the kids were able to have their own TV. The washing and dryers (at the end of the hall) were very helpful after spending a day at the beach. Overall the room is beautiful, clean and cozy. You don't want to miss the breakfast. It was so good. They even have new pancake machines that are new and easy to use. The pool is warm. The staff are nice and their are great nearby stores less then 10 min. away. Walmart, Target, Aldis, Dollar Tree, fast foods, just to name a few.

Newer hotel with great amenities. King bed was very comfortable. Flat screen TVs. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was delicious...they even served biscuits with cream chip beef. Hot and iced coffee was available 24 hours a day. Nearby there were good places to eat. Fitness center and indoor pool was a great addition. We arrived early and they let us check in. Excellent value for the money.

We stayed here for a couple of nights and was very pleased with the two rooms. spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable and we all slept well. There is complimentary coffee, bottled water and newspapers available all day. The breakfast was good with a good selection which was continually topped up so everyone was offered the same choice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We did have rooms above the swimming pool and when the children were in there you could here them but the pool shuts at 11 pm so it wasn't an issue. The hotel has a quiet policy at night and I have no doubt if the noise from the pool had been issue it would have been dealt with. The hotel is in a good location for visiting St Michaels, Oxford and the eastern shore.

We visit this Best Western Plus hotel at-least twice a hear - once for Valentines Day, we visit St. Michaels for the weekend and the 2nd time is for a birthday or special occasion. This time was for my wife's birthday. The team bought us a bottle of wine, flowers, balloons & dressed the room with cloth rose pedals - Allie even wrote "I Love U" in rose pedals on the bed. Very awesome. Last year, we went down for our anniversary & I shipped some personal things to the hotel and they put in the room for me to surprise my wife. No other hotel, not matter where or what hotel chain (Hilton, Marriott, etc.) has ever been able to offer us this type of personalized service & attention. We will keep coming back to stay at the Best Western Plus in Easton, MD. Newly-renovated hotel with great Suites, indoor pool, exercise room, free wifi, free breakfast, free parking, no resort or extra hotel fees, etc. Thanks again & again! This hotel had the top rating on TripAdvisor and we can see why. Uniformly friendly and professional staff. Beautiful, comfortable, tastefully decorated and well-kept facility. Internet was free, easily accessible and high-speed. Our group is already planning our next trip to Easton and nearby St Michael's for the Chesapeake Balloon Festival next year. We will definitely be returning to this hotel.

Stayed here 5 nights and can't say enough good things. Great rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, fabulous complimentary full breakfast. This hotel is a cut above and we were pleasantly surprised at the wonderful accommodations. They also have an indoor pool that was very well maintained.

We stayed in Easton 2 nights and I'm so glad we picked this hotel. Check-in was quick and the hotel was easy to find. We had a 2 queen bed room with separate living space. The large ceilings made the room feel gigantic and there was plenty of space to spread out with drawers and closets for storage too. We barely heard any noise at night which was great for sleeping. Nice large fridge in the room, wifi included which was pretty fast, tons of TV channels, comfortable bedding, a wonderful bathroom which was so clean, and so much more made this hotel great! The hallways were spotless and everywhere I looked was clean and looked brand new! The free breakfast included was a huge bonus as it was delicious and so much to choose from - hot and cold options... eggs, bacon, pancakes, cereal, bagels, etc!! For the reasonable price of this hotel, you can't beat it! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return here if we are ever in town again!

The room was one of the best we ever stayed in. Comfortable, Clean, Modern, 2 TVs, excellent internet speed and connectivity. The staff was outstanding from the time we arrived until we left. The owner was very personable, attentive and conversational. He felt like an old friend by the time we left. They offer many amenities like hot tub, pool, workout room, Free breakfast and more. The price was extremely affordable. They highly exceeded our expectations!

We came to Easton as a central location to explore the eastern shore area. The hotel was updated and clean. The shining feature was the concierge and staff. They were very accommodating and made the stay there very comfortable.

The rooms are spacious. The amenities are "on point." The staff is cordial, concerned about guest comfort and satisfaction, and highly professional. Overall, this was one of the best experiences that we have had at any hotel.

What can I say. When I walked in the Hotel it was breath taking. from the fire place to the pool and my hotel room. the finishing's the tile work to my king size bed was just wonderful. My bathroom was to die for.

Good Value. Breakfast was great. Clean room. Breakfast area is small if your are with colleagues and friends. During a thunderstorm, cable TV was intermittent. If need to be in Easton, this is a good choice.

I always say first impressions are the lasting impressions. When we arrived late morning on the 20th we were greeted by Christy at the front desk along with a gentleman (maintenance?) who were very outgoing and friendly. While checking in, another gentleman (manager) also greeted us and engaged us in conversation. Throughout our stay, EVERY employee that we encountered always greeted us with a smile, hello and have a good day or how was your day. It is obvious these people take pride in their work. Our room (King suite) was very clean and comfortable, in fact the entire building was noted to be clean. Breakfast was enjoyable. Coffee and juice available all day. If I had to say there was a downfall it would be the immediate area, ghost town. Closed restaurant right across the parking lot, lots of open space. Hardly ever heard the traffic on Rt 50. I definitely would recommend staying here if visiting the area.

Visited the Easton MD area for a bike ride in Cambridge. I'm a big fan of the Hilton brand but decided to give this one a try based on the reviews. The hotel was very clean and the room was very well laid out. I had a king room with a sofa and chairs, very nice. I would recommend. Breakfast was nice too, a nice place to stay with your family and not break the budget.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel several times during our visits to Easton and St. Michaels, MD. It is always very comfortable with great beds and clean rooms. The breakfast is exceptionally good.

We used this Hotel's location as our central stop-off in our visits to Tilghman Island, Easton, St. Michaels and the Queenstown Shops. It is still almost brand new and the whole hotel is just lovely. The room we chose met our needs perfectly. This location's owner could have chosen the basics for a refrigerator, coffee maker, bathroom set up etc, but instead he chose to take all these items up to the next level. The staff was beyond friendly and caring and were a joy to work with. All in all a wonderful experience.

Our family of seven got two rooms here for a night and was so happy with everything. The common spaces and rooms were clean, bathroom and decor were modern, and the staff were so friendly. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and the adults enjoyed the fitness room. We got a suite and there was even a door separating the bedroom from the living room. We were most impressed with the breakfast, which had fresh pancakes, fresh fruit, two kinds of meats, eggs, and so many extras that it felt like eating at a fancy restaurant for brunch. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

I was unbelievably happy with my choice to stay at this Best Western hotel. It far exceeded my expectations for a quick stay hotel. I've traveled extensively and this was a really top notch facility - the room was the quality of a much more prestigious type of hotel. All this for a great price.

This new hotel would be an excellent choice in the Easton region. It has a delightful staff, fine breakfast and comfortable surroundings. It is outside Easton so you will have to drive everywhere but it is close to the main road.

With all of my hotel stays within the USA, this hotel would be one of the top three I have ever traveled. Saftey, appearance, cleanliness and more importantly, the Staff are crucial to me. This hotel is Bar None to others, the hotel appointments; wall photo's, décor and amenities are something you would expect in a 5 start NY resort. The staff made me feel like I was coming home. Wonderful stay. We would stay here again. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The kids loved the free snacks and the pool. The location of the hotel is central to Saint Michaels, Ocean City, and Annapolis.

This is among the top 3 BW hotels we have ever stayed at in terms of quality, service, attentiveness, and comfort. The personnel are well trained, friendly and helpful. The decor is pleasing and everything is well managed.

Best Western is seriously improving everything about it's services. This new facility in Easton, MD offers a lot for a great value. The rooms are new and comfortable with all of the upgraded amenities of a 4 star hotel. It has an indoor pool if it's raining and you intended a beach trip. Right on Rt. 50, It is only an hour and a half away from the ocean, 24 minutes from Cambridge(which has great new must-see museums), 23 minutes from Oxford, MD with its fantastic new bay-front restaurant Capsize, and 24 minutes from adorable St. Micheal's. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, but hey, it comes with the price of the room and for all that we got, it was well worth the reservation. I will stay here again definitely!

This property is only 3 or 4 years old, everything is well maintained and the rooms are lovely, very comfortable, and CLEAN! The free breakfast is excellent and the staff is great! I recommend this hotel with no hesitation.

This hotel is an excellent place to stay in Easton. It's very clean, with modern furnishings, spacious rooms, plenty of parking, complimentary breakfast, and friendly staff. It's convenient to Talbot Country club.

We typically stay at the Hampton Inn chain, but based on the strong reviews and the nearly $50 price delta between this hotel and the nearby Hampton we decided to give the Best Western Plus at Easton a chance. Thankfully we did! Between the very helpful staff, the quiet and clean room, breakfast, and hotel amenities we will stay here again. In fact, we will now be far more willing to try other Best Westerns.

My wife and I arrived on Monday, June 19, 2017 and were greeted by a very nice man, Brandee S. Diggs at the counter. If you go by your first impressions, ours was right on from the start. The hotel was absolutely perfect, clean and inviting. We were upgraded to a suite by the owner, totally unexpected. He was very informative about the area and places to eat. We were back on the Eastern Shore after many years for my wife to visit where she grew up. The breakfast buffet was very nice and tasty. I can't say enough about this hotel except IT'S PERFECT.

I am a fan of Best Western, and this is one of the best I've stayed in. It is beautiful, exceptionally clean, quite comfy, and not overly expensive. The staff truly went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome.

Have not stayed in a Best Western in a long time. This stay was a very pleasant surprise. It appeared to be a new building so everything was in excellent condition. Room was big bright and the bed was very comfortable. Although the hotel was near a major highway, we did not hear any road noise. The breakfast was one of the best we have had. Check in and check out was easy with no problems.

When making a reservation for this motel our expectations were pretty modest. What we found, though, was an extremely well maintained facility run by some of the most helpful people we've encountered in a long time. From the manager on down, everyone was pleasant and obviously proud of the quality of their service. If they are anywhere close to typical for a Best Western Plus, we will not hesitate to stay in one again. Room was spacious, amenities were nice and the breakfast was a couple of notches above what you would typically expect in a chain motel.

The check-in clerk was very friendly and willing to assist in answering any questions. The location made it very easy to reach the main highway for travel to other locations. Parking space for easily available to the main entrance.

Best Western Plus in Easton, MD was wonderful from the minute we arrived Thursday until we left Sunday. It was close to many Eastern Shore towns. The room was spacious and beautiful. Breakfast was one of the best complimentary ones we have had. But the front desk staff made the trip truly special. Brandy was awesome. He printed maps for us and gave us a lot of helpful suggestions. We will definitely stay here again. Keep it up!

Simply the best Best Western I've ever seen. This is not your ordinary Best Western. From the tasteful (and locally appropriate) decorations in the lobby to the center staircase to the firm beds and tasteful decorations in each room, this is a hotel not to be missed. My family really appreciated the extras for breakfast and the different touches each morning, like fajitas on Sunday.

Our stay at this Best Western Plus hotel was top notch!I was greeted by Kristina at check Inn and was very helpful with any requests we had. Our adult children were even pleasantly accommodated with a room with out a previous booking. This is a very clean hotel with friendly staff who greet you every time you are in the lobby.It features a heated pool and hot tub, a big variety of items on the free hot breakfast buffet, fresh fruit, bottled water and tea and coffee available 24 hours. Very comfortable beds. Would not hesitate to stay here.

This hotel met and exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, well decorated, and spacious, the free breakfast exceptionally good, and the staff was friendly. The only downside was that the hotel is near a highway that could be somewhat noisy. We enjoyed our stay of 4 days.

My husband and I were visiting Easton in order to relocate there. The area is beautiful and the location of the hotel was ideal for easy access to several historic towns in the area. Hotel and rooms were immaculate and everything looked brand new. Breakfast was also delicious. Complimentary tea, coffee and water available 24/7. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in town.

We stayed at a handicapped maxi room.. Good manager /owner and his entire happy and cheerful helpful staff people make this hotel excellent. Manager remembered our room preference from previous stay. Very personal.

Prior to our three-day visit here, I had an image of Best Western as offering primarily very basic motels. This place changed that preconception - the hotel seems to have been recently renovated with a good quality of finishes and furnishings, free wireless, and free parking. My two friends and I shared a suite with two double beds and a pull-out sofa and we all felt as if we had more than ample space for our things. The bathroom was modern and efficient. There is an indoor pool and gym and an eating area that serves a serviceable hot and cold breakfast (if the menu and hours don't work for you, there are plenty of options down the road, including a Dennys and a classic American diner). The weekday manager at the desk was exceptionally helpful in offering guidance about Easton. The location is not within walking distance of downtown Easton but is convenient to malls, a movie theater, and many chain restaurants.

Everything seems very clean. Staff were polite and helpful. They gave me an upgrade to a queen suite that was roomy and well appointed. Breakfast is tasty with many selections. The hotel is located outside of town so you will need to drive into Easton if you want to see the town.

Have stayed here last 4 yrs now for St. Michael's Winefest. Extremely friendly & Professional Staff. Clean, Cozy, good size rooms. Great breakfast. Best affordability in the area based on amenities and overall staff quality/customer service.

While I hadn't visited in years, I found this Best Western the best of the Easton options. I grew up in the town, and I've seen lots of hotels/motels come and go, and I've stayed in most of them! This place had nice options in room configurations and was convenient to Route 50. Despite that convenience, I didn't hear the highway traffic. Our suite--I wanted a separate living area with a sofa bed and a door one could close--was spotless. The whole place looked brand new, but it's been there 3 years. I found the owner very helpful on area attractions; there was lots that's new to me. Especially nice to see that the owner was at the front desk. I think hands-on owner management makes a difference! This Best Western is a great addition to places to stay in the Easton area.

Everything seemed to be so fresh and clean..... Friendly and helpful staff, spacious guest room, and a very comfortable bed. Conveniently located on the main route, yet close to town. Highly recommend.

I have stayed here since opening leaving behind all other offers. Clean rooms, indoor pool, I never swam but looks inviting, functional work out room. Friendly staff pm am. I don't eat the breakfast buffet but it appears to be above average for the area.

This hotel is clean and has a friendly staff. The rooms are in good order. If you can't find something you like at breakfast then.... The pool, hot tub and gym and all in good condition as well. We have made use of all the hotel has to offer and have never been disappointed. The value for the price is very good.

We book a last minute room at the Best Western Hotel in Easton, MD. To say we were pleased with this hotel would be an understatement. According to the desk clerk, the hotel is only 2.5-3 years old. Every room we walked into was very nicely decorated and very clean. Our room was a King suite, nicely appointed and immaculate. 2 TV's, Refrigerator, Microwave, Very nice bathroom and bedroom. The only minor issue was the bed. It was a tad too firm for our liking and pretty high. I jokingly cupped my hands and asked my wife is she needed a boost up. The staff was very courteous and friendly and helped with information of the surrounding area. The breakfast was good too. We will definitely stay here again next year when we attend the BBQ competition in Preston about 15 minutes away.

Outstanding hotel and staff. The staff were professional and enjoyable, knowledgeable about the location for sightseeing and for restaurants. We all had a great time relaxing in the heated pool and walking the beautiful grounds.

I travel a lot for work and this is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I will not stay anywhere else when in town. The entire staff makes you feel at home from the moment you walk in the door. Rooms are spotless, comfortable and breakfast is excellent.

My husband and I stayed one night mid week during the Water Fowl Festival, the hotel was booked full. We had a wonderful stay. The staff was pleasant, polite and very helpful. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the staff that helped us with directions and parking for the festival but she went out of her way to print maps for us and bring it to us in the dining area. .Full free breakfast had something for everyone. Snack room with free water bottles. The room was clean and comfortable, wi fi access was worked perfectly. Fantastic experience.

We had an extremely late check-in and still was met with friendly smiling service from the young lady at check-in. We had a peaceful nights rest, our food was tasty, check out went smoothly and it got my day off to a great start, thank you!

Needed to attend a class at M.E.B.A .Was traveling with my wife so I did not want to stay on campus . Took a chance on this Hotel and was really very surprised . Extremely professional and accommodating staff . Breakfast was good , as well as the pool and other amenities . Parking lot well lit and secure . We stayed her for 3 days in October 2016. We were very impressed . Plenty of parking and easy to get off the highway . Area is quiet . The rooms are very nicely decorated and very very clean . Bathroom is very clean and roomy . Beds are super comfortable . Excellent full breakfast . Cereals, milk, yogurt fruit and juices ,coffee and tea and cocoa are available 24/7. That is very unusual and convenient for late night snacks. There is a nice little area to purchase other snacks , nice pool ,hot tub and workout room.

Recently stayed at the Best Western Plus in Easton. This is not our first time there. It never ceases to amaze us how they are constantly improving and always working to make the place look so nice and offer a tremendous value. They always decorate with seasonal themes and the breakfast keeps getting better and better from the fresh fruit to the chip beef, sausage, bacon, and scrambled eggs. Their pastry selection has gotten better. They added breakfast trays. They never stop looking at ways to improve. We love it here and the staff is topnotch.

Best Western Plus in Easton MD was perfect! The hotel is in a great location, has all the amenities you could ask for! The staff was very friendly, professional and eager to help, always asking "anything else I can do for you?" It is a very clean, well appointed hotel. The rooms are beautiful and the lobby and outside had many cute and comfortable places to relax. We had a wonderful 3 night stay!

Recently spent three nights here. Very clean and updated rooms and common areas. Had a junior suite and it was quite comfortable...nice size with sleeping and sitting area as well as a fridge and microwave. Nice facilities (pool) and includes buffet breakfast (typical hotel fare but nice not to have to go out first thing). Note that this hotel is not within walking distance of any amenities such as restaurants, shops, etc. Really need a car to do anything. Relatively near to St. Michaels/Oxford and other scenic areas (15-20 minutes). Located on busy double highway. Helpful and accommodating staff. We recommend giving it a try!

The hotel was clean, comfortable & full of great amenities! The free water and snacks for the kids were a huge plus! I loved the ability to grab a bottle of water on my way out the door and not have to wonder where yesterday's bottle was or where I was going to fill it up! The full breakfast bar was amazing! Fresh fruit, cereals, bacon & sausage and eggs were all great! That pancake machine is the Best! I want one!! I have to say the coffee could be better, though. The rooms were spacious enough and comfortable. Any room that has a ceiling fan goes to the top of my list! The pool was great for a dip with the kids on a rainy Saturday morning. The hotel is conveniently located with all the shopping and restaurants you need nearby. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When an incident called for "emergency super glue" they were right on it and helped me out! A very nice stay!

I was very impressed with my stay at Best Western Plus in Easton, MD. The hotel staff was warm and accommodating toward me and my family. The room was as described and I've never had so many comfortable fluffy pillows in a hotel stay. I took my kids to the indoor pool and it was perfectly warm and clean. The gym was cozy, but I was able to get a good workout in. The kids and I really enjoyed the continental breakfast as well. I would definitely stay her on my next visit.

We enjoyed the wonder space of our hotel room. The separate living area was great for watching TV after someone else had gone to bed. The sofa and chair were comfortable. Large bathroom, coffee maker in room, frig and microwave, good breakfast, nice pool, clean and like new facility. The price was great.

Never used this chain before, got a very nice surprise. The place, the staff, were all excellent. Morning breakfast was way above other chains. Had health problem that was quickly solved with gracious help from front desk. If in the area, do not pass this place for another.

I booked this hotel because I was unable to get a room in Cambridge due to the demand created by Ironman Maryland. I was very impressed by the quality of the property and the friendliness of the management and staff. The entire Best Western team provided outstanding service and support to the athletes and their families for the duration of the event. Of particular note: the hotel provided an early breakfast specifically for Ironman athletes and families at 4:30 AM on race day at no extra charge. I've done 21 of these races all over the world and the support and consideration from the hotel staff was unsurpassed. If I do this race again in the future, Easton Inn and Suites will be my first choice for accommodation. Thanks!

It seems redundant with all the other reviews, but I've just got to repeat and reinforce what's already been said. We went here for the Iron Man race and found the staff to be extremely welcoming, greeting the guests every time they walk through the lobby. They really went out of their way to make the athletes comfortable, giving us early breakfasts, homemade energy bars, and offering waters and gels. The rooms are clean and spacious, and they offer a great selection of things for breakfast - from healthy to not-so-healthy. The pool and hot tub area are nice, too. Being near the highway didn't bother us at all, since the traffic died down at night, but if you're sensitive to noise, you might want to request a room further away from the road.

I would highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure. The staff is excellent and display a level of customer service rarely seen anymore. The rooms very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with many options.

My wife and I just returned from a short pleasure trip to Maryland's Eastern Shore. Our stay here was wonderful, from check-in to departure. The room - in fact, the entire property - was immaculate. Every employee we encountered here could not have been nicer or more helpful. The (included) breakfast was way beyond similar perks that you get at other places. It is centrally located to many, many points of interest on the Eastern Shore. We had to leave a day earlier than our original reservation called for, and I fully expected to be charged for the entire stay. But upon arriving home, and looking at my receipt, I discovered that the manager (bdiggs) very graciously only charged us for the actual nights that we stayed. Amazing. In short, if you plan to visit this area, do yourself a huge favor and make this lovely little hotel your base of operations. You cannot go wrong here.

This place was beautiful! Clean! Loved the shower and it had a ceiling fan!!!!! I would totally recommend it ! Staff was friendly. Breakfast was adequate; nothing fancy but they had morning news on flat screen and newspapers to read during breakfast.

We could not have been more pleased with the super clean and wonderfully designed hotel ... bathrooms had 9 foot ceilings with tile all the way up along the shower! Fruit, coffee, snacks accessible in dining area throughout the entire day! Extremely helpful and friendly front desk ... Ali and Kristina ... thanks for a terrific experience! More than we expected!

Very clean and updated. Actually beautifully done and nice. Pool is beautiful, rooms recently done and in tip top shape. Breakfast was great with a full hot breakfast. I would try to stay here again if possible.

I was in Easton to visit my brother. Front desk provided a arm greeting and explained about sundry room, breakfast and pool. King size room was very clean and spacious. Indoor pool was great for a relaxing evening soak.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Super clean room, comfortable, new furniture in the rooms. Check in was very smooth as was check out. Very nice and amiable staff working there. I wish all hotels were run this good. Even the bathroom shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and soaps were top notch. Breakfast was great, real eggs, bacon was of high quality and coffee was good. I will stay here again.

My wife decided she needed a break from work so on a whim in the middle of the week we looked for someplace to go for a couple of nights away from home with a pool. I normally look for Hilton properties and typically stay at Hampton Inns. After looking over the reviews I was comfortable paying less and giving the Best Western Plus a shot. This was the best Best Western I have ever stayed in. Every employee I encountered truly seemed to be concerned about me enjoying my stay. Without the great staff I would have rated it 4-4.5. The room, a suite, was well kept and everything was like it should be. I started looking at the vents in all my rooms after too many stays with really dirty vents. The vents in my room were spotless, either they have no dust or they clean them. The pool and hot tub area were fine, plenty of towels. The workout room was adequate but small. The complementary breakfast was good hotel breakfast. They don't have a waffle maker but they do have a pancake maker. It was the first one I had seen and I was probably a little too excited about it. Since we were there mid week the hotel wasn't full. If it were I think the breakfast area might get a tad crowded. Getting into or out of the hotel can can be tricky during times of increased traffic. If traffic is an issue for you there is a back way that eliminates u-turns. You will have to drive to get food, there was a restaurant right next door but it is currently not open. The WiFi was free and worked just fine. I hope I have a reason to stay in Easton again just so I can stay at the Best Western Plus again.

If you are looking for a comfortable, clean, friendly, and over-all nice place to stay while you are in the Easton area, this is the place to go. The building and facilities are modern, clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Our room was quiet, beds and pillows were comfortable, it was easy to cool to our preferred temperature, water was hot for showers; microwave, fridge, and other appliances worked great, two nice quality LG flat screen TVs, and plenty of electrical outlets. Included breakfast offered a variety of good quality food and comfortable seating options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. In fact, the day we arrived, the front desk clerk offered us a suite verses a regular room without our asking - noticing there were three adults - that does not happen very often so we were very appreciative. We did not use the exercise room, pool, or business center but all looked to be great and well-maintained. Should be go back to Easton for another stay we will return here.

I've been blessed over the past 30 plus years living out of a suitcase in hotels. And this hotel is top of the list. No, you don't have valet parking or a bellboy but I believe that if you needed someone to park your car or help you to your room with your luggage this place would not turn you down. Its located in Easton Md and seems to be rather new. The rooms are spacious, and well maintained. Lots of parking area and easy access to the main highway . Everything here seems to be in perfect working order from the elevator to the internet. The room rates are really good for this area. Oh and less not forget about the staff (they are wonderful !!!!) anyway im here in the area for another month or so and this is the place for me. Darn I almost forgot about all the great places to eat. We are surrounded by them and just incase you need them (fire, police and ems are within a mile of this place so its just perfect!!! Try it out on your next visit to Easton. Im sure you will make Bestwester plus Easton your number one place to stay.

Very friendly staff, the décor was very nice and quaint. Grand staircase gives the illusion of being in a big house. Pool was big, warm and relaxing. Breakfast was good and enjoyable. Coffee service all day. Was quiet, even though right on Route 50. Rooms clean with good housekeeping service.

We were driving a long time and couldn't get anything in Kent Narrows so they said they had a room. Drove down there and was very nice. Front desk was helpful. Room was clean and nice. Saw they had pool but didn't use it. Breakfast in morning was nice.

The Best Western was very new, clean and comfortable. The staff were awesome. The exercise room is great except there is only one of each type of machine, so if someone is on a machine you want, you have to wait. The free bottled water (cold) was great and appreciated. We will be staying at Best Western in the future.

We stayed here when the place just opened, about a year or two ago. The staff are still helpful and friendly, the place clean and still looks new. Quiet rooms, with all the amenities we needed. A1 place to stay.

My wife and I have stayed here several times when visiting our son in Easton. We always return because the staff is so friendly and helpful and truly want everyone to be pleased. The rooms are always clean; the breakfast wonderful and starts at 6:00AM for us early risers; snacks available and free cold water. There's an enticing indoor pool and exercise room, but we enjoy walking the rail trail in Easton during the nice weather. Ocean City or Assateague Island day trip easy to do and room prices here are far better than at those places.

This place was a gem! From the time I walked in, it was awesome. It smells great and the nice lady at the front desk was very welcoming. There were absolutely no problems. The room was very clean and I felt at home. I thought all breakfast at Best Western Plus were the same but here, it was better than I expected. I will definitely be back!

The thermastat was broken and the mattress was merely adequate. Entering and Exiting the property was hazerdous due to the necessity of unprotected u-turns. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was good.

Second year going to the Eastern Shore for the beach, shopping and seafood. Best Western continues to be our choice for hotels!While at the hotel there were many guest who were there for weddings and the atmosphere was very lively. The breakfast area was almost standing room only. The wife and I had a great night in the pool. Stopped by the gym briefly. Looking forward to returning next year!

Everyone was very helpful. Continental breakfast was wonderful with so many choices! Very clean facility. This facility is only 3 years old. Quick drive to St. Michael's, MD which has so many wonderful shops to explore.

We recently had a simply wonderful stay at the Best Western in Easton, MD. I can't think of a single thing that we did not enjoy. The room was ready and we were able to check in early. Ample and easy parking. All of the staff with whom we came in contact were friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The rooms were immaculate. Nicely decorated. The shower had great water pressure and the water stayed hot the whole shower. The bathroom and the bedroom had more than ample room. The pool and hot tub were great. The breakfast, that was included, was very good....some of the best pancakes we have had recently. The woman who was working the dining area that morning kept everything well stocked and very clean. The hotel is a close driving distance to St. Michaels and the front desk staff were able to give us some recommendations for restaurants that had great food and were reasonably priced. We recommend this hotel highly.

We went to the Avalon in Easton for a concert, decided to spend the night instead of driving home, was hoping it was within walking distance, it is not. We were able to find a driver with help from the front desk staff, they were super helpful. The breakfast was superb!

Nicest hotel for the price, first appearance of lobby was great and they even accommodated us for a late evening gathering. The staff was wonderful and always greeted you with a smile. Breakfast was terrific just try the pancake maker! Room, bed and pillows were great, slept so well. Over all GREAT experience.

My family and I stayed here and had a great experience. The staff could not have been more friendly and courteous and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel sits on a quiet road just off of Route 50 but still only five minutes from downtown Easton. Our ancient GPS (3 years old) could not find Alicia Drive, but not a problem with an I-phone. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with this choice.

Nice clean and friendly! They have a wonderful noise policy that made our stay peaceful. Though limited in space, their complimentary breakfast is very good and fresh. Location, location, location is key! Easy on and easy out of the facility! The staff is friendly and very helpful. I will be looking forward to staying there again.

I have no hesitation about recommending this hotel. I'm very picky about hotels, and totally paranoid about bed bugs, but this place was really nice and relaxing and clean. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful and friendly. We would stay again.

In an earlier part of this survey, I described our trip, the hotel, the room, the staff, the cleanliness, etc. This was the finest Best Western Hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying with. Everything the hotel provided was perfect.

What a wonderful property! Upon arrival we were upgraded to a Suite which had a living and bedroom area including 2 TV's and a large bathroom with plenty of counter space. The bed was most comfortable with good quality linens. Brandee Diggs, the manager, runs a great top notch facility. His staff, Ali and Christy, were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was immaculate. Water, coffee, and juice are available 24/7. Complimentary breakfast included Real eggs, pancake maker and bacon. Free WIFI and indoor pool. Great location to visit Easton and St Michaels area. Highly Recommend this hotel.

We booked two rooms for my son's wedding. When we arrived we had been booked for two efficiency rooms on separate floors. When we were checking in the manager upgraded us to two rooms next to one another, with an adjoining door: a suite for my daughter, son-in-law and grandson; and a larger efficiency for my husband and I. Then he described the amenities for our toddler grandson - free organic juice, goldfish crackers and fruit snacks. This is in addition to the bottled water, coffee and fruit available all the time for the adults. They also have free hot breakfast, free wifi and an indoor pool. AND they are just a few minutes away from historic downtown Easton. Great place!

I stayed here in late June for a friend's wedding and the room I was given was absolutely excellent. It was very reasonable and had everything you could possibly need (including a tv in the bathroom). From the moment I arrived the staff (the manager) was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and had a wide range of options to suit everyone. If I ever ventured to Easton again I would only stay at the Best Western. The added touch of bottled water was extremely needed as being from the UK I didn't adjust to the heat well!
