We we arrived at restaurant lady there name Ms Miheeka showed us good behaviour and perfect hospitality we enjoyed foods and swiming pool there.It was actually fantastic and also types of food we chose was so fresh and delicious.Thank you so much fpr everything)))

Amazing stay for almost a week and a half. The staff are always warm, welcomimg and friendly. To mention a few with whom i Have enagged:- Sunita, Suman (house keeping) , Ganesh, Ali, Fawad (concierge) the team from the front desk, and the cafe (this is not intended to be a closed list) Always 7 star service with great food and great facilities. Highly recommended for families and for business.

breakfast was nice with coffee,the americano was so tasty and amazing variety food. Staff were also friendly and kind specially the lady Miheeka who served us. As the visit in this hotel was nice i look forward to visit again some day with my friends.

Rhoda at the reception so wonderful with great service always ready to help , and all the staff in this hotel are wonderful too ..they have made me take this as my second home.food as well is great, housekeeping staff are good as well, I will always let my family and my friends to come to this hotel.

I had the a splendid time at gulf court hotel staff were really nice and helpful especially sunita it's the housekeeper who is always very helpful and kind with clients pleasure to have her as my housekeeper! The breakfast is really nice too. The facilities are good as well and they have nice view of the canal will recommend as easy to get to tourist attractions. Will come again.

This is one of best hotels in dxb in term of customer service, i have visited lot of hotels in Dubai but this is another level of treat, i believe there is a very probational training team in the back office to generate such a lovely experience in the front office, would love to thax "Lea and Alina" in the front desk and extend my thanks to all management team.

We stayed to this hotel 1 month.. we paid around 12.000aed just for a stay.. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL if you want to relax is not worth it.. SO DISAPPOINTED.. The biggest problems was the noise and that first of all the staff are not speak English very well and was very difficult to communicate, especially at room service.. The room was very cozy and with nice view but this is not worth of 12k aed.. The CLEANING STAFF are very kind and clean but so noisy.. from 6 to morning was starting the cleaning process and we was awake, we visit this hotel for a business trip and never relaxed.. so be careful for your choices and were you paying your money. We asked ones very kindly to them but they continued, we went to the reception and requested to make the cleaning process a bit accurately, nothings changed.. but this is not the only problem. Mostly we was ordering from ROOM SERVICE and was very difficult them to understand our order.. we needed so much time to explain the simple orders.. the food always was late 40 mins to 1 hr for one salad.. with dirty forks, overcooked food or something was going wrong always.. so disappointed. They CONCIERGE service double and triple prices, Dubai mall is 10 mins by car from the hotel and we pay 40aed for the transfer service when by taxi the cost is 12aed only.. when we say to them this they was apologizing. I never had this problems never in my life to other hotels, very disappointed, was waiting our check out date.. When I went to the hotel director and said everything I'm writing, he don't even asked me what he can do for me to change my vibes.. non professional at all. This hotel can be more than 4 stars but the management looks like no experience.. They don't know how to control. Sad for them.

I stayed at gulf court hotel with my family for few days and had a great experience during the breakfast. We went to alwaha for and the staffs there were really kind and helpful. My kids really loved them. Thanks to prashamsha, kanchan, jangmu, avinash and roniz. You guys are the great team 👏

ajesh exceeded all expectations with his outstanding service. Everything was handled flawlessly, from the deliciously prepared food to the high-quality equipment provided. Additionally, the pricing was very reasonable, making the entire experience even more impressive. His attention to detail and professionalism ensured a seamless and memorable event.

The hotel was really clean and had a great service. They would immediately accommodate any request we had. We were also able to keep our luggages in their storage on the last day after check out which was wonderful because we were able to do more sightseeing. We also had a phenomenal experience with their tourism desk service, the company name was UArabia and Mohammed Ramadan was very helpful explaining to us in details how to have a wonderful experience and booked us few plans and trips. The Safari was absolutely stunning and was our favorite, we had a wonderful driver who was very helpful, kind, and supportive. He consistently checked in on us and accommodated as much as possible and made us feel very safe and that was very important to us because we were on girls trip. Thank you so much to everyone.

A very pleasant stay - The rooms are very comfortable and up to date and the staff is very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was very good with a lot of items to choose from. A nice view of the Burj Khalifa during the NYE firework show. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

Friendly front desk staff and concierge staff always eager to help. Ali who is with concierge team was the best. Room was clean. I would suggest that the section to freshen up (gym area) should be opened/manned at night to allow checked out customers with late night flights to freshen-up with ease. I for one could not freshen up because the level 4 showers were locked up 8 pm.

I recently stayed at the Gulf Court Hotel Business Bay and had an excellent experience. The location is perfect, and the staff truly stand out—they are polite, accommodating, and go out of their way to honor requests like early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability) without any fuss. The breakfast offers a fantastic international buffet, and the evening walk by the channel is a delightful bonus. The staff's warmth and professionalism made my stay memorable, and I would gladly return. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed my stay in the gulf court business bay The service was great ,all the staff were friendly , especially Suman Suman has provided a great service . I would definitely come back again , very close to everywhere plus you can always skip the traffic from this location.

The hotel is a business hotel but we enjoyed as tourists. the pool and the bar is maybe not so much for tourists that have better places to go but the valet is helfpul. we received a better room from the very friendly staff after we had slight problem with the AC but not a big deal. The location is not ideal for walking but we had a car and could go to dubai mall in 10 min and as parking is free and available everywhere in dubai it is convenient. some of the rooms are amazing with views of skyscrapers and a slice of Burj Khalifa from your bed.

It's the best place ever. Superb reception and very caring staff.Very excellent. I won't hesitate to visit there anytime I go to Dubai. They book a taxi for you and even try to find a cheap and most convenient one if you are not able to do it yourself.

Every time I visit the hotel, I must order a burger specifically fat boy burger. It is so good and delicious. The service is top notch, and the staff are super friendly which makes one to feel comfortable and relaxed. I will definitely be coming back again and again

I had a disappointing stay at Gulf Court Hotel Dubai. The first room was unclean with hair in the bathroom. After being moved to an upgraded room, the Wi-Fi didn't work and the shower was broken. Cleanliness and maintenance were below expectations. Not recommended.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, very accessible and very close to the city centre. Excellent food, facilities and service. A special thanks to Okta working in the reception. I arrived way too early before the actual check-in started, however she ensured that I was able to get a room as soon as possible. Not only was I delighted to have had a room almost immediately after a day and a half of traveling, but also got upgraded! It made a huge difference for me and very appreciative of her quick response to deal with this matter. She was friendly, welcoming, attentive and very professional. She was just genuinely so nice to me and she gave great recommendations on any questions I had about the hotel and its surroundings. A massive thanks to Ali, who was working in the concierge and helped me organize a private tour around the city. Without his help, my trip in Dubai wouldn't have been the same! He also helped me deal with a taxi situation, and he followed through it immediately. He was able to contact the taxi company and made sure it was sorted. He was very kind and thoughtful. A very big thanks to Fawad, who was also working in the concierge and he also reacted quickly to the taxi situation when Ali wasn't there. He was polite at all times, professional and considerate to make sure my stay here was pleasant. My experience in this hotel wouldn't have been the same without these 3 people that made me feel like at home and I appreciate the hard work from them! I would totally recommend this hotel, and I will be coming back again. Thank you!

had a fantastic dining experience at karaoke and sports on 4The food was absolutely delicious and the service was impeccable. I was particularly impressed by time of my life and I want that way It was cooked to perfection and had a wonderful flavor profile. Thanks to chef kaif and misaka The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations. Overall, I would highly recommend to manager mr.sajith and Mr. Rasool special mention to bartender ashipal. And waiter shihan, lakshmi, Geraldine looking for a great dining experience.

The staff, especially Samic and Rhoda were very friendly and helpful. The waitresses at breakfast are very polite and always had a smile. The only thing I didn't like was the loud music coming from level 4 Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night to about 2-3am.

The overall stay was very good. it is a very good choice for both business or personal travel. the team is very helpful, very welcoming and always ready to assist you. Clean rooms, wide range of food on breakfast and fast internet all over the place.

First of all this hotel is 10 minutes drive from the Business Bay Metro station. Each way costs approx AED 15 in taxi. There are no convenience stores close by. It's in a dead location of a lively city like Dubai. Worst, NO HOUSEKEEPING!! If you tell them to clean your room then they will or else they don't clean the rooms. No replenishment is done for water bottles, tea and coffee sachets etc. Dustbins are not cleared. Towels are not changed. Even after you call for housekeeping to clean the rooms no one comes for one hour and after another call people show up. When you show your displeasure about the pathetic housekeeping, the boys call on phones and say guest is shouting. Stay at your own risk in this hotel. Total waste of money and time. There are much better hotels in Dubai and in better locations.

In Gulf court hotel , the stuff was really nice , Ali , Ahmed , Niser and Elisabeth were so professional and welcoming. Ahmed and Elisabeth in the reception were always there helped us with the change and etc. And Ali helped us with the directions and guide us Niser helped us with the luggage

The staff was very helpful and friendly, they were with their smile on the face everyday. We also went to the hotel pool which was super clean and a good temperature. The food at the breakfast was diverse and tasty. In the room waz cleaned evry day.

Canal lounge is a good spot to chill while listening to DJ playing good rnb hiphop music. A lot of promotions offered which is very good for group. They also have outside venue if you want to have a good view of the canal and other skyscrape buildings. Can request to DJ your favorite song. Lastly, staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The staff in the kitchen were all friendly and accommodating especially Geraldine, Wint, Sayana and Prashamsha. The food was good too. I like the croissants and cappuccino! Prompt service was given. Cleanliness was ok. I just didn't like the door in the bathroom and lighting was lacking in the shower.

I had a bad experience from the airport to the hotel i was so tired because of the flight and when i reach the GULF COURT HOTEL i realize that i forgot my phone in the taxi i was so angry and scared but Ahmed the receptionist he helped me and calm me down he offer me water in he did the check in so smoothly he said “no need to overthink about it i now i will call my colleague to get some informations from you and you can go rest in the room i will take care of this, can i call you in your room after 2hr maximum to update you?” after 40min exactly he call me in my room to inform me that the taxi driver is waiting me with the phone in the reception i went down i found Ahmed and one security man and the taxi driver waiting for me i take my phone and i was so happy and great full for the service that i got from Ahmed i would like to visit dubai again because of him thank you so much Ahmed welcome to italy

The morning breakfast was really good. Jangmu showed us the table and was really polite sayana, anmol, prasamsa took good care of us and provided what we needed. Overall the experience was really great. We had fun staying there. The whole staff were friendly and nice.

i stayed here for 5 days and it was my best trip ever. Sayana, ,Prashamsha,Jangmu, Albin and Anmol were very welcoming and very good varieties in breakfast. I personally asked for there names so that i won't forget the incredible service i had. Special mention to the room service guy Sujal , I ordered biryani he bring very fast and also very delicious.

I had my best time in this hotel... honestly I had my great time here...food and service is amazing. The hostess at the breakfast restaurant Sayana impressed me with her exceptional multitasking skills. She efficiently managed seating, answered calls, and greeted guests with a welcoming demeanor. The Other Office Karaoke is always our first choice to unwind whether for business or family bonding. its good i had a lot of fun especially with the ammenities and services they have here available such as breakfast serving my favourite foods as it is super complex and very yummy. with the swimming pool i had no problems with, as it was in an ideal height but could be a bit deeper.

Staff was very friendly, very helpful too. I had some issues but manager Shaban did his absolute best to resolve everything for me and compensate me for any issues i had and in the end i felt very well taken care of, better than any other manager in other hotels ever did. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay pleasant. The cafe was great, the coffee was the hottest one i had in years and the ladies working there were very friendly and manager Mustafa was amazing. The laundry staff was great, kept track of all my items and ironed all my clothes, then packed it beautifully in plastic. Very professional service by mister Bilal. The reception was very nice too, thank you to Ahmad, Tariq and all others i have not asked their names. As for the shisha lounge, it was very clean with a nice view and the shisha was perfectly by brother Mustafa. Overall lovely service and will be returning.

Comfortable rooms Canal view great . There is a path right beside the hotel with walks in both directions. Bikes and scooters can be hired. A 30 /40 minute bike ride would get you to the closest beach. Hotel staff who deserve a mention for great service include sayana , arath , osman and the chef from South Africa. Hotel is a 15 minute drive from the airport.

I was looking for a venue to celebrate my birthday and a good friend of mine, Lea who happens to work from the front office of Gulf Court Hotel recommended their “Sports on 4” bar located on 4th floor. It was the best decision to celebrate my birthday with friends in this place. Sajith and his team were very accommodating and really made my day memorable. It was so fun as we get to play the beer pong as well. They also serve superb food and drinks, mojito was my favorite from their menu. Thankful to Lea for this recommendation, kudos to Sajith and his team and hope to visit again in the near future. Will surely recommend this place.

Excellent hotel and location. The stay was lovely. My family and myself we have been to the hotel for a long term stay in a suite: more than 6 weeks -it was not holiday but working time ! The staff was amazing. The hotel manager -Mohammed Rabie- and Maria Ivanova-Sale & Marketing director-were warmly welcoming and helping to make our stay enjoyable. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The suite was clean, bright and comfortable. The room service was always on time and doing a great job. Housekeeping-Shee: excellent, also Hawa, Aisha, Ali, and more people: very good. Any problem was solved quickly by an engineer in charge - I'm not sure about his name, sorry ! Both Mr Alvin Asst Supervisor and Ms Vidya -Waitress were extremely courteous and service minded. In spite of pressure from some unruly customers they held there peace and serviced tus professionally. Mr Albin infact personally found another room + tables for us to have breakfast. Ms Vidya was always cheerful and kept all customers she encountered happy. I highly recommend both Albin and Vidya as best employee of the hotel.

Great hotel and definitely worth the price! The location is great being close to the centre of Downtown Dubai - 7 mins away from the Dubai Mall in a car. The rooms are great! Super spacious and house cleaning did a great job - the bathtub was the best part. We were actually able to see the Burj Khalifa from our window. The amenities are also great, especially for the price. Now the staff, I was slightly disappointed with the gentleman at the first desk - disappointing first impression. He was rude and didn't listen when I tried to explain to him I had paid the amendment fee and he continued to press me to pay the fee again. It's a shame because the rest of the staff were brilliant - especially the gentleman looking after the pool. I would really recommend this hotel but I think staff at reception could be more welcoming.

I've travelled to many 5 star hotels and this is without a doubt one of the best. Not a single bad member of staff, not a single inconvenience; all very helpful and informative. The concierge was very helpful and kind, the room service was for sure 5 star, any queries I had was met; even when I need birthday decorations for my room to surprise my wife, I was helped until the very last detail. In addition, Mohammed who deals with the excursions was unbelievable, made us feel very welcome and at home and is another reason I would come back with my friends and family. Another amazing member of staff is OJO (hope I'm spelling his name correctly), made me and my partner feel very welcome, he went out his way to call the right places for me when I wanted decorations for my partners birthday and much more; I hope they give him a good raise! Facilities are at a good standard, breakfast is nice, rooms are tidy and cleaned well, food quality is amazing and the location is very convenient!

This isn't our first time in dubai, and this is our fifth time staying in this hotel. It has really improved in alot is things especially the staffs and food. I meet Glory in the bar she was really kind to us. The rooms are really nice and well taken cleaned.

The experience was really good especially the cleanliness of the room. Our housekeeper Rijan made sure everything was clean and was really polite.Rijan always makes sure everything is clean and replaces things like shampoo or soap when needed.I definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

This is my first time in Dubai and the reviews I saw online attracted me to this hotel.i love the environment and the canal view at night is amazing and lovely to watch. Excellent Service by Ashipal. The other office is an amazing place to spend time to sing along with your friends and family. Songs range from classics to new hits so everyone can sing their hearts out. The food tastes great as well! Today's my second time here and the service has always been great!

My friends and I decided to try this another hidden gem in business bay. The place is quiet (as i prefer) and we tried the other office karaoke. Never knew that there's something like this in Dubai. Ashipal was so hospitable and helpful. He's for keeps. The only thing is that the microphones are not in a good condition. It could have been the best. But still, a nice experience. Xxxx

The ambience and service was excellent! Me and my colleagues went out for a work night out and decided to try The Other Office, this hotel's Karaoke Rooms. The room was modern, clean, with high end equipment. The food selection was great, we had the Starters Sampler Platter and it was more than enough for us, good selection of veg and non veg options. Beverage on Happy Hour prices was also good value for money. Lastly, service from Hrit was exceptional! She made us feel welcome and comfortable, always checking our satisfaction. Will definitely recommend this place, and for sure will come back!

This hotel was part of our Emirates Holiday package, so supposed to be of good standing..Whilst the rooms are spacious and clean, the location is central and the view on the Bay is really nice, the service at the reception is just terrible. They keep forgetting what you requested (I went down about 5x one evening to try and fix the air conditioning, as kids were frozen. It took another day to sort it, literally by leaving all day long a card in the slot..but then the cleaning person removed it and we started again since AC could not be controlled. Basics, such as toilet paper was not replaced several times, towels not changed. The worst was when we discovered our door was left unlocked all afternoon after cleaning...literally anyone could push the door and enter our room whilst we were out.... Café Délices, part of the hotel dining facilities, on the other hand is to be highlighted for its great service, as we chose half-board. The food is of good quality and Jeffrey was highly attentive and a great server for us at the nights we dined on the outside patio.

Great hotel. Employees were attentive and polite, especially the engineering department. Mr. Chandra came quickly every time we need help with any technical staff including our personal electronics. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Dubai and want to be close to everything.

The team did maxing work.There work ethic,their aircon,room service was just on point.One of the employees to take note of us Chandra he must be IT and engineering.He is so swift to fix anything electrical and he seems to be working 24/7 because each time we had a fault he was there.

It was hit and miss but mostly miss I'm afraid. I arrived before check in and also requested a non smoking room. I was thankful a room was available when I arrived and that I was also given a non smoking room. I chose to stay here because of all the good reviews I read on tripadvisor - which now has me questing this method of validation. This isn't my first time in Dubai, but previously I've stayed at JBR. This was the first time staying in the business bay, it's well located when traveling to many Dubai hotspots by cab. In terms of walking distance, there are a few other hotels nearby with restaurants/shisha lounges also. I was here for 5nights but unfortunately it just missed the mark to the standard that I'm used to when staying in Dubai. I didn't find the room overly clean, I found pieces of food from the previous guests on the menu and the floor. There was dust in odd places and the carpet in the room really needs a change, it's rather stained. I wore the slippers provided the entire stay. The placement of the bath/screen and toilet is rather odd, it was rather difficult to get in and out. I love baths and dreaded the acrobatic challenge of getting in everyday. One day, someone's bag was left in my room in error - which is fine, sometimes mistakes happen. But my door was left open! The pool is a good size and thankful it wasn't busy, so got to enjoy it. I used the sauna and steam room one day also. I liked the restaurants in the hotel, staff were very friendly and so welcoming. The food was also good. I think there's definitely room for improvement. And its just basic adjustments that would go a long way to keeping guests happy & comfortable, therefore promoting return visits. Unfortunately I won't be staying here again.

Staff service was excellent especially Anita glory rama and Jeffery. The food also was exceptional I enjoyed also ambience. Guys keep it this way we really coming back. The hotels is actually a seven star compared to what we used to.

This is my first time visiting Dubai and I'd searched online for a couple of nice hotels in Dubai and I found this hotel. The hotel is really nice,nice environment, really nice food. The manager in the Breakfast restaurant Mohammed was really helpful. I also met Glory from the breakfast,she paid so much attention to my request. Binod was a nice guy also.

When i got there i was welcomed by shaaban at reception very professional and friendly it was such a unique experience to find staff this willing to help, i was also welcomed by the manager anas who was a delight

I hosted my baby shower here on 2nd July, banquet manager Sajit made sure everything goes smoothly and timely. Staffs went beyond their limit and helped us with every small need. Location wise its the best place for any events and gatherings. Food was absolutely amazing and everyone praised it, it terms of quality and taste it was really more than what we expected. The location is great, our room even had a view of the Burj Khalifa. But the best is their staff. Very polite, efficient and attentive. The garage is easy to navigate and very spacious. A very pleasant stay! Breakfast has everything you can imagine, and if it doesn't, they will provide and remember it the following days.

Our stay in Gulf Court Hotel Business Bay was amazing. We celebrated the birthday of my best friend in Dubai and we got a beautiful huge room with a spectacular view of the city. Every member of the hotel staff is so professional and friendly what we have never experienced before. I would like to highlight the dedication and motivation of Rama from the waiter crew and Rhoda from the recepcionist crew. They helped us during our stay. They are the best waiter and recepcionist we have ever met. We are happy that we choose Gulf Court Hotel Business Bay for our stay in Dubai!

I had a wonderful stay at Gulf Court hotel, I felt very safe and welcomed by all the staff. Okta was the kindest human, every time I would come down for breakfast she would welcome me and ensure I was taken care of. She knew me by first name and made my morning everyday. I had a really bad sunburn and she was so thoughtful bringing me olive oil to apply. She was wonderful!

The stay at the Golf Court Hotel Business Bay Hotel from March 23 through March 31, 2022, was not without incidence, but the staff of Mr. Amas Jaafer and Mr. Michel Ahmed Ojo, under their fearless leader Mr. Austine Obre made the situation seamless. The smiles, being treated as family and not just a guest. All kudos goes to the staff at the Golf Court.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel - breakfast staff (Okta, Sanjana and Devi) were so helpful polite and personable. Some reception staff were also very nice (Islam) and secruity/ concierge staff always took care of us (Kolade and Ojo). I would definitely return for another holiday. I stayed at the gulf court business Bay hotel for 5 days and my experience here was nothing short of amazing. From the walk in & greeted with a warm welcoming! The staff were amazing. I can't remember all name but Imran was very wholesome, kind, and assisted me with all my needs/wants. I loved how the hotel made it so easy to book excursions + provided transportation, with the option of pick up and drop off. The excursion staff Mohamed and khalid were AMAZING! I legit booked all my excursions through the hotel and all was a smooth sailing. Also I appreciate the continence of a nurse being available to come to the hotel and take PCR test, results were delivered same day. I will highly recommend this hotel to all future travelers. The hôtel was very Nice, I enjoyed my stay. All the personnel were very professional and help full specially Mr Imran from the Conciergerie and Mr Ming 6min away from Dubai Mall Very clean and accessible.

We have been extremely happy to stay at the hotel. Right from day 1 we have had a fantastic service. It all started with us coming at night to where we had the room from and unfortunately him we came in to do nothing, everything was booked up. When we came back later, we met a new one at the reception named Rhoda, she was a fantastic person who tried everything she could to get us in ahead of time, here we are talking about 3 hours ahead of time. And she asked if we could sit down and wait then she would see what she could do. ca. 30 min later he she got done so we could get to our room. Fantastic service. So if we saw it was her who stood at the reception the times we needed help then it was always her we went to. For she was always nice and helpful, and never saw her with an angry face. Furthermore, she offered us to have breakfast at the hotel every morning, and that was something we did NOT regret, because heck a delicious morning offer you have there :) In addition to that, throughout our stay we have only met happy and friendly people who were always ready to help someone, there are 2 more people I would like to highlight Sanjana and a fresh bartender in the sports bar. They are probably the nicest people we have met in a long time, they are always friendly and really nice and always with a smile on their face :) We would like to give them all 10/10 especially the nice receptionist

It was my first visit to this bar with my friends and had a splendid time. The waitress Glory was professional and exceptional. She recommended the Char grill plata meal which was so delicious and rich. We also enjoyed our moment with different games, chilled drinks and pleasant ambience. Thank you Miss Glory. It is a place to be and to revisit, we will surely be back.

We stayed for 3 days. If i exlude one thing concerning our room that they supposed to have queen size bed plus extra single for our 8 year daughter, eventually the only had queen size bed in the room as a result of sortage of single extra beds due to high tourist flow. All the rest were superb! Service, kindness,politeness. Mohamed is a marvelous person and Professional!! He is the supervisor in breakfast section.

The hotel is really nice place to be.i also like the location and the view. I love to have my breakfast by the pool side and it's one of the most amazing moment. I gave 4 stars because of a mix up issue that occurred when I arrived to check in. I arrived earlier than my check in time and was kindly offered a spare room for my family by Haithem. When it was time to check in, it seemed my reservation could not be found which became quite stressful. I had to explain to another member of staff what the situation was, however she was not too helpful and when I came to ask for a solution she directed me to another member of staff and told me to tell them to sort it. Luckily she did, as this member of staff was Islam! He was excellent and provided the best service. He was able to locate our rooms and compensated me for all the stress and confusion. I cannot recommend him enough, he was very helpful and I give him 5+ stars!! The room itself is very nice, I had a deluxe twin room with a lovely view of burj khalifa and very comfortable beds. Nice, spacious and clean. Breakfast was nice too, breakfast staff were lovely and very helpful too. A nice hotel to stay but please make sure to check your check in time before you arrive.

If there is less than Zero rating i will give them I book for smoking room and king bed , when I reached the hotel they told no smoke room available and also no king bed available!!!! I will never book here again This is the second time they do like this woth me !!

Just finished our stay as always we had an amazing experience in Gulf Court Hotel. I must say that it was an almost a perfect stay. Everyone was always accommodating and helpful when needed especially in the reception and kudos to Katsumee for her service at the bar she really the best ever because of her we will be returning next year.

Hotel and staff, room cleanliness, all excellent. Consierge group took care of all our needs, specially Ojo from Nigeria. Water needs, bottles of water, were always available without cost. We used the Metro every day, it is close by, you have to take a taxi, $5.

Amazing canal view and good Ambience. Visited once and have been regular since then. Must try their BBQ beef ribs so perfect taste! the best beef ribs ever thanks to Katsumee who recommend this food she got my taste and she's very friendly and efficient.

I highly recommend this hotel for you guys from all over the world. I am Belgian and my English pretty sucks so whenever I go I keep looking for French speakers to make things easier for me. During my stay in this hotel I enjoyed the diversity of languages spoken by the entire staff especially the guy named Nour who is fluent in French for he is from Morocco I guess. I thank you Nour for being there and making communication possible all the time. I love the luxurious service the hotel offers too.

I have been in this hotel last week and was amazed with how clean and modern this hotel is. The restaurant in the hotel for breakfast have been great. Being on diet, I have a good variaty of food that best suites my diet. Our waiter, Bin Jose have been great at all times and made us feel at ease at all times. Highly recommended.

Great staff including varma and eslam from receiption who were very friendly and helpful. Also the staff upgraded my room from business suite to luxury suite. Room had jacoozi in it and was very spacious.

His attention and comunication was outstanding. A big smile it was always with him. He helped with my late night check out and thanks for that i could reach on time to my plane. Thanks to people like him the life is easier.

This is a very pretty and clean hotel in the financial district of the city. It has a nice canal next to it for morning walks and it has bars and restaurants inside. The food quality is very high, great menu choice and great service. Yaser and Ebin from housekeeping and room service are just so kind and good people. We had to quarantine in the hotel, and they were very helpful with everything and made us feel welcome all the time. The canal lounge is beautiful, and the receptionists are very patient. I really recommend it.

We were at the bar on the 4th floor for ladies night where ladies gets a drink at 7AED and 30% on food. Great please to go with friends for chill hangout and great suggestive drinks by Fernando at the bar. Overall a great experience and will recommend the place.

I like the hospitality. Verma is a good staff member. He welcomes guests with such an open heart . I appreciate his efforts. I came to hotel and my baby wanted snacks and the shop was closed and he managed to give me candies for her.it was so nice of him .

He misbehaved with my wife he said to her get lost.. Everything is recorded in cctv .. please check how bartender is aggressive to fight with guest Please take action against this kind of staff.. I was trying to call police but he called bouncer and use his power..

The hotel is very clean, well decorated, with good breakfast. Jafeer at the swimming pool is really nice and all the personel try to make your staying even better (except the manager of the excursions service, forgetting at somehow the customer satisfaction as calling you at midnight in your bedroom to confirm a booking!). Free shuttle well appreciated as the metro is pretty far from the hotel. Hot water in the swimming pool, pretty great mostly during the winter! Thanks again for the christmas cakes for my son!

This hotel is a excellent location direct on the Dubai Canal. It offers modern amenities , a good quality of breakfast and daily room cleaning. Especially the kindness and proficiency of all employees is to be point out. Although there's a much traffic outside I had a very good sleep quality due to noise isolation and excellent bed. The noise isolation next to the rooms could be much better. Very friendly stuff in the 4th floor bar as Rasol and Fernando; Mohammed, Glory and Manda in the breakfast area; Osman at the pool and Ojo in general areas. It was a really pleasure for me to be there for holiday. Thank you very much.

Book this hotel, only if you want to ruin your trip. The rooms are not clean at all, had a problem with my ac at 2 am then the technician spent 20 minutes fixing it before telling me it's all good, but It wasn't! so I had to change my room and found a similar problem in another dirty one. Sound isolation is horrible, you can hear almost everything, especially machines and tubes inside the building which will wake up every now and then. Furniture is old and dirty, don't let the hotel pictures fool you. Thankfully my booking was for one night only.

The hotel location was convenient in terms of its nearness to Dubai mall, city walk and central dubai as well as direct access to main highway!! We were received by the pleasant reception staff Rhoda at arrival who offered us an upgrade to deluxe connected rooms to make our stay comfortable with our little boys! The rooms are spacious and excellent bathrooms… unfortunately the breakfast selection was on the weak side however due to its closeness to central Dubai dining options were not an issue. Recommend staying at the hotel for business and leisure!

Im looking for places to eat in the local area and this bar popped up "Sports on 4" I don't normally leave reviews but I feel compelled as the food was absolutely exquisite and thank you to the beautiful waitress Katsumee she is so sweet and friendly. The only thing i suggest is to change some of their round tables and chairs its not comfortable sit and the tables looks old but I am definitely going back soon.

I stayed three nights in a grand deluxe room, I just want to say thank you very much for the great team and great ambiance I have experienced during my unforgettable stay, the food was super delicious, the service was amazing. I enjoyed being at the hotel the staff was helpful and I liked always my breakfast at al waha restaurant the food is great and the staff there is very nice and special thanks for Mr Mohamed he is very kind and helpful.

I booked this hotel via booking.com for 2 nights (October 26 and 27), they charged my debit card for 218$. When i arrived to the hotel they told me there was no booking although i showed them the receipt from booking.com!!! I tried to contact booking.com they kept me waiting and did not answer. Then the hotel receptionist offered to charge me 805$ instead for 2 nights only!! I finally went to a nearby hotel to avoid sleeping on the streets and now i'm trying in vain to get reimbursed by booking.com although i did nothing wrong from start to end. THIS HOTEL AND BOOKING.COM ARE A SCAM DO NOT FALL FOR THEM.

First, booking was lost, had to wait in the lobby for a long time. Room was smelly and took about 10 min to get warm water. Wurst of all employees seem to walk inside your room when you are away and they lock the door from the inside. Why?? Unfortunate for this guy who was probably in a hurry, he forgot to unlock it and broke the lock when getting out. This hotel didn't gave me a safe feeling. After complaining it didn't seem to be that they took this serious. Its a shame!

I want to say a huge thank you to Hugo, if it wasn't for him, then my living would be hell. This is the only person who asked me how I felt and helped me when ordering food and in general in everything. The entire staff was far from up to me. I was quarantined, although they promised to release me if the pcr test was negative, but it wasn't there. The money for PCR was taken 350 dirhams, but they did not release it. That's how I've been sitting for days. Fortunately, there is Hugo who understands Russian and helps in all matters. A very valuable employee, take an example from him. Thank you.

Today arrived at the hotel, but is totally different what is in the booking.com…on booking.com we ordered room with a view, which the receptionist said I could not get because is full house, but we booked the room for more than 3 weeks! on the way to our assigned room the hallway was dirty, the carpet was dirty and there was rubbish in front of the doors. our room was similarly dirty and smelly! we immediately asked for a new one that is as unassuming and filthy as the whole hotel is! It smells like food, the bed linen is used, the towels are similar, this accommodation is nowhere near worth 4 stars, I honestly do not recommend it to anyone as a routine traveler!

I had the opportunity to spend 6 nights at the Gulf Court Hotel in Dubai and I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff. You will obviously find all the details concerning the quality of the place (top, almost luxury, despite a low price) in the other comments and I therefore take the liberty of insisting on this point which is not sufficiently addressed. This week was for me a human adventure as I met so many wonderful people, whether at the reception, security, cleaning the rooms etc. I could name many names, whether it be Hugo who always has a big smile and is loved by all the customers, whether it be Kolade with his incredible vibes, Ojo who puts you in a good mood as soon as you wake up, David who is extremely helpful in all circumstances in spite of my inconvenience, Tariq who is always calm and gives you the salam the second he sees you even if you are far away, Jafeer, Amerol, Doha, Saeed, Fawad, Rhoda, Shaban and so many others. I really want to thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Mr. Shaaban at the front office is one of the best personalities i have seen in the hotel industry and if I come again to this hotel it will be because of this man because he is a very respectful person and professional.

I stayed here last week in August and enjoyed every second. I arrived very early due to how my flight was scheduled and Shaaban did his best to get me into my room. When I eventually got to my room I was pleasantly surprised by the room upgrade given. I appreciate it so much and had the most enjoyable stay. Any questions or queries are dealt with promptly, the concierge team was helpful in getting you a taxi and providing local information. The buffet breakfast is extremely impressive on qualitative and choice. I highly recommend this hotel.

Recently I had my son's 3rd birthday party at the Al Waha restaurant in Gulf Court Hotel Business Bay. I can definitely say that everything the hotel offered me was more than what I expected. The food, service and the ambience was fantastic. From the time I went to do booking for the event and until the event was done the flexibility of the staff and keeping up to my expectations were highly commendable. All of their staff made sure we were satisfied and our expectations are met. I big Thank you to Sajith, Sajesh and his team for making sure kids had an safe environment to run around and play and all the others were satisfied with their 5* service. The room, the view and the hotel itself is unexpectedly wonderful. Not to mention the attentive and happy faces from reception, Rhoda and Shahryat. The Friday Brunch at the hotel was amazing. The variety of food and the taste was excellent. The music played at the venue took us back to our good old days. Also the service by it' staff , specially Sajith and Febin were commendable. Looking forward to visit again soon.

The Bee kind rewind event on 9th at Canal Louge was an awesome experience... The venue, Ambience, seating arrangements was very well organised... The outdoor seating to chill was perfect if not for the weather.... but i loved the view and arrangements... The music was refreshing and the DJ's ensured the music never stopped or got boring...... The food was scrumptious and the selected menu was perfect.... Lankan, Indian, Continental.. all in one spread gave alot of options to try and pick from.. The unlimited beverages served was "paisa wasool" The staffs were all so polite and quick at service.. ensuring all the tables are served and not once we had to ask someone to clear the tables.. thats how prompt the service was... The event was perfectly organised and hosted by Shahul and we certainly look forward to come for more of your events.

I love this hotel, we stayed for a couple of days and the experience is highly commendation. We enjoyed the brunch at the Canal Lounge with the selection of played music. The quality of customer service is beyond expectation. Kudos to the team for keeping the staff members well trained and happy enable them to serve us unconditionally. We surely visit you again!

Recently my friends and I spent time at the Gulf Court Hotel…. It turned out to be an unexpectedly amazing evening. We started off at the Karaoke bar, and after grooving to our own music ;), spent time at the sports bar. The music played by the DJ was awesome. A special mention about the staff at the hotel…. Extremely friendly and always ready to go out of their way to make our experience an enjoyable one. Would definitely like to go there again.

If you're looking for an amazing spot to spend time with a perfect view of the Dubai Canal. I highly recommend Canal Lounge, Gulf Court Hotel. Their customer service is excellent, food and drinks offers were much worthy of its value. The F&B Manager - Mr. Sajith Nair is kind and very helpful. I love the cheerful faces of their crew. Looking forward to seeing you all again!

I came from Saudia for my vacation, I have enjoyed everything in this hotel. Mohsin is a good staff and did everything to make sure our stay will be good. Thanks to him snd all other staff. We will be coming back soon.

We had a small Event at the Hotel. And the Event Manager Mr. Sajesh was very co operative . The food quality was excellent and he Looked after every small thing. I would Recommend that this is the best place for any Event.

me and my friends visited to this restaurant called Canal lounge in gulf court hotel it was an worst experience the manager Sajith kumar was totally unprofessional with his ridiculous behaviors no covid rules followed in the restaurant service is poor , i would suggest do not visit to this restaurant / POOR SERVICE NO COVID RULES FOLLOWED

This hotel is located in the business bay, near the river, yacht lane, very, very good, all the service staff of the hotel first-class service special Mr.Shahryar, complete facilities, highly recommended!

I booked this hotel for 20 days and were looking for great deal, thanks to Mohsin he assisted me and I got good deal. Thanks to him. Also the staff in the hotel is so nice and rooms are beautiful. I will definitely choose this hotel for my future bookings.

I am one of the regular guest of sports on 4 ,today 3rd of June I had a very bad experience with the new company of valet parking , since 2019 I coming to the bar on daily basis no one asked me for parking payment, today there was a Arabic guy (égyptien) was asking for 100 AED to park my car and it was not in a polite manner . I was planning to go back but my friend was already dining at the bar and he ask the bar manager about the situation, the bar manager comes down by himself and let me park in the barking as usual for free . I would like to thanks the bar manager and the F&B manager they where both involved in my situation , golf court hotel is my second home my advice don't let this company be the main reason of losing regular customers…. Thank you

I joined my friends for drinks and snacks at the hotel's Sports on 4. We had a good time there. The ambience was amazing and loved the service specially from the bartender named Satish. He was very polite and engaging and made sure we had a good time. Definitely will visit again!

Staff are very polite & humble & very helpful, I really had Great service from Ashmita , Kriti & Satish . It was nice team. Food is good but with limited options & specially momo was very delicious. This place has good music , nice ambiance to chill , social distancing well maintained. I will always keep coming & I recommend this place to my friends big thanks to oll team !

Excellent service This is the best hotel i ever stayed in, it was new & clean, best location center of dubai, the best view i ever had the canal. A big thanks to Mr. Mohammed Mursi he was friendly and helpful I definitely will stay again

Amazing stay, i visited the hotel with my friend, once at the hotel you will be amazed by the beautiful lobby decoration and a good thing to mention is that all the staff were following the precautions and safety measures against in regards to the covid 19, the room itself was pretty well equipped and the beds were so comfy and gave us the feeling of being sleeping on a cloud, also the room was spacious enough for both of us, unfortunately we only stayed there for one night so we couldn't try the pool service nor the restaurants yet i'm sure there will be a second time wherein i will make sure that the stay will be longer and that i will try everything this hotel got to offer, kudos to all the staff working there they are all stars and i would like to specially mention shabaan at the front desk and montana at the coffee shop

Fernando was amazing we love his service he is doing his job from his heart he treated every one as a VIP guest , so kind , he will never forget his regular guests he is even remembered our special food an beverage which always ordered, we always came her because of him . the experience was amazing. against the back drop of the canal, the set up of Iftar was excellent. the food was delicious and had a fabulous variety. the staff was very courteous. a special mentioned of Chef Anoop, who made us feel very much at home. this place is highly recommended.

It was our 5th stay and we do not regret any single moment from the time we arrive till depart. We were welcome by Yassine with his lovely smile behind the mask and check in by Arshad all facilities were explain promptly and escorted to the elevator. Both of them deserve the best in life...
