Best Western Premier Crown Chase Inn & Suites

First and foremost I stay at this hotel at least once a week now that I've found it. The rooms were nice and always clean. Once I stayed a few times the ladies at the desk remember you and welcome you in each time. By far the best total experience of all my hotel stays.

The beds are always so comfortable here. the rest of the stay is average and probably wouldn't stay again had it not been for the beds. Not many of the hotels in town have decent beds. This stay I had to ask for toilet paper because I had two empty tubes and there must have been a smoking room next door because our bathroom had that stale smoke odor.

A beautiful, clean amazing room and hotel.Friendly, helpful staff. Great amenities, Top of the line workout equipment and breathtaking pool and jacuzzi area compete with waterfall. Full, hot breakfast and a wonderful safe area for families and couples alike. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was just like being at home breakfast was good very friendly the rooms were very clean they have a bar pool and hot tub plenty of pillows in the room. It was very quiet no noise lots of restaurants in walking distance no hassle checking in or out.

THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I STAY WHEN I AM IN DENTON. THEIR STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL. THE ENTIRE PLACE IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND VERY WELL KEPT. THE BREAKFAST IS GOOD AND THE LOUNGE IS RELAXING. THE ROOMS ARE SPACIOUS AND MAKE YOU FEEL AT HOME. WHAT A GREAT HOTEL TO STAY AT.

Super nice staff - very accomodating!! Pool area is very unique and great hang out spot. The pool area is unique and fun! The rooms are all very large and very clean. Easy walk next door to 3 or 4 restaurants and a Buccee's right down teh road under the highway with dozens more restaurants.

The road noise was unbearable. Didn't sleep for three nights. Cars and trucks flooring it uphill all night on the frontage road to the left of the hotel and on Colorado Blvd. to the right. I can't believe that no reviews on Trip Advisor mention this. Makes me think the negative reviews are scrubbed or hidden somehow. Unfortunate because the room was nice.

Clean and comfortable I really recommend staying in here I been a diamond select member for years and that's why I keep coming back here to this hotel chain I travel a lot and this is my place to go to

The hotel is the absolute BEST on God's planet earth! Each employee in every single area went well above any expectations we had of them. The breakfasts were out of this world. Friendly , courteous, professionals across the board in every area. Immaculate front desk, snack bars, bar , pool, rooms, hallways, housekeeping, etc.. Please take notice of ALL your employees. There are no slackers to be found. You have a wonderful family feel throughout your hotel! I hesitate to begin naming outstanding employees because I am certain to leave someone important out. Chaunee Taylor, Yanira Castillo,Madeline Linyard,Cristina, Claudia, the list does not end here. Maintenance, custodial staff, etc. The gentleman who gingerly places the Santa with his sleigh each year and his wife who is head of the housekeeping areas are simply outstanding. I know I'm leaving out important,vital people who need to be recognized. Please know you have a gem sitting in Denton, Texas, and everyone needs to be rewarded. We relocated to Marietta, Ohio, from Denton, Texas, December 2021. After we sold our motorhome, we selected this fine hotel for our visits back to see grown children, grandchildren and friends. We stayed at the Best Western Premier Crown Chase Inn & Suites in Denton, TX for our wedding weekend. We have nothing but good things to say about the hotel and their staff. They were so accommodating for all our wants and needs for the weekend. We had a room block for our family, wedding party, and guests, Madeline Linyard was so helpful with everything we needed regarding the room block. From the moment we arrived to check in on Thursday night we were greeted with cheers celebrating our wedding from Yanira, Venita, Deja, and other staff members. We had multiple trips with luggage carts to unload our cars and with each trip past the front desk we were greeted with cheers! It was amazing! We felt so loved and taken care of the entire weekend. We were also able to utilize the banquet/meeting room Atrea, for our rehearsal dinner and it was so much better than having the dinner at a restaurant. We were able to have the room from 3-11pm and were allowed to decorate prior to our guests arrival. The staff was so helpful with everything we needed for the event. We also booked the hotel bar for an after party following our wedding from 11pm-1am. The bartender, Kesha, and other staff were so accommodating and welcoming to our rowdy crew! The shuttle service provided by the hotel was also a major plus of booking here. I would recommend it to anyone getting married at The Springs Denton venues because it was definitely worth it. Venita and Yanira drove us to the venue the morning of the wedding and they were full of energy and joined right in with us celebrating and having fun. When they had to take the groomsmen and all our wedding supplies on the second trip they even took out the back seat of the van in order to carry all our supplies. All in all it was a wonderful weekend and the staff at the hotel made everything so much better! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. All the staff we talked to were wonderful, so if I forgot to mention someone by name, I apologize, everyone was so helpful and friendly!

We had a wedding and stayed at the hotel and had an event. The staff was great!! They were extremely professional and courteous!! Could have asked for a better experience. Rooms were clean and large. Stayed in our hometown location. We loved our stay- cation @ Best Western Premier Denton, TX. This hotel is centrally located near several delicious restraurants, within walking distance, shopping near by & right off of I35 E. Best value for the money!

Great hotel! Staff is friendly and the breakfast is hot and fresh full of several choices to choose! Conveniently located to several great places to eat! The pool is beautiful! This is the best place I've stayed in Denton.

The rooms were large, clean, and up to date. Great breakfast, beautiful decor, and friendly staff. The pool area was so nice, it was a bit too cold to utilize but nice to look at! The lobby bar was well stocked & had great holiday specialty drinks. We enjoyed our entire stay.

Has everything you need! Staff is great and so is the breakfast. The check in process was seemless, and the check-out even faster. The breakfast was made fresh by the kitchen staff. The swimming pool was breathtaking!

Both the room and the service were excellent. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast area and service was excellent. The room was spotless and the towels and bathroom amenities were great. We would stay there again.

We needed 15 rooms and meeting space for 20. This hotel takes care of everything for you. Internet just works as intended - go ahead and put those videos in your presentation, they will play here. They have coupons for the restaurants right around the hotel, have a great breakfast and take care of all of your needs. We will be back.

Great Hotel! We had a total of 4 rooms. The only thing I would suggest would be paper towels in the kitchen area. Other than that, breakfast was great and everything was clean, tidy and a great price :) We would definitely recommend staying here.

The BWP Denton did not provide an enjoyable experience over Labor Day weekend. Between a lengthy check-in, wet carpet in the room, lights that didn't work, foul odors on the 1st floor, a lack of clean pool towels, uncooked oatmeal served at breakfast, and deactivating key cards ahead of check-out time, much was left to be desired.

This hotel is super clean and the guest rooms are really spacious. The breakfast was better than your average “free breakfast” in that there was greater variety. Staff is friendly and professional and the pool is nice. I was able to book a stay at a good rate. This is my favorite affordable hotel near UNT campus - would stay here again.

I travel quite often for business and usually use the corporate suggested Hilton properties. A colleague mentioned how nice this location is and I booked here. I am very glad I did. The hotel is nicer than any Hilton property in the area. The staff is top notch, helpful and attentive. When you consider the value of the price, this is a great place to stay!

Room was very clean and roomy, bed super comfortable, and the front desk super helpful! I was pleasantly surprised about the place, we enjoyed our one night there!! So far one of my favorites place to stay!

Really comfortable room and welcoming staff. Pool area was great for our child. Delicious breakfast! Location great for denton and restaurants nearby. Only slight issue was our food was ruined when fridge froze it. Great stay.

I have no complaints the staff was friendly and the rooms were amazing. We didn't get to utilize the pool area but it was beautiful and the water feature/splash pad was an added bonus. I will be making several more visits to this hotel in the upcoming future.

Hotel staff is excellent rooms are clean, hotel has a very clean look and smell to it, pool is small but very nice and fun for kids with waterfall, breakfast is nice eggs oatmeal waffles and other items. When I requested a fresh batch of oatmeal they were quick to accommodate. :)

This hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. The bedrooms were nice and beds were super comfy. Breakfast is good and there's plenty to choose from. The pool is not huge but very nice. Well worth the price!

The suite we stayed in was great. It was very spacious and clean. The two TVs were nice. The free breakfast in the morning was huge! So many food and juice/coffee options. The pool was really nice with the fountain and waterfall. Just a heads up if you are wanting sun while you swim the hotel is blocking the sun in the afternoon. I know some people may prefer that. We went on a 105 degree day and the shade made it feel great!

We were thoroughly pleased with the whole experience at your hotel. The room was excellent, breakfast was amazing and the pool area is awesome. All the employees were very helpful and considerate of our needs. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Friendly staff, just half clean rooms! If you stay just bring plenty of cleaning products especially lysol wipes. Headboards were really dirty, hair from previous guests was everywhere! Also trash was still left in the room! The front desk receptionist was nice though!

Was quite impressed with the size of the room. I stayed in a single King room and the space was more than generous. Two ceiling fans, large couch etc. Very nice. Also like that there was no carpet in the room- all vinyl plank and tile.

Fantastic stay! The room and common areas were very clean, AC worked well, and breakfast was well done! Very impressed with our stay! Didn't get to go to the pool but it looked very refreshing and peaceful.

This Hotel was very clean and nice! They let us check out late, had an amazing pool, great breakfast, and cocktails. The only thing was the bartender was annoyed and seemed like he hated his job. Acted like we were stupid for asking questions about the menu. Maybe he was having a bad day but he was not friendly at all. Would have bought more drinks if he wasn't so crass. Other than that we had an amazing stay

I am a creature of habit so Changing to a different hotel to stay at for 5 days while in Denton Tx what a chore, but let me tell you, it was so worth it! This hotel is amazing ! I was beyond impressed with how clean all sections of the hotel were. The staff was on top of everything and so so friendly. This will be our hotel of choice for many years to come!

Excellent stay, VERY clean hotel/room. Completely remodeled, very attentive staff, friendly. Excellent location!! Will definitely stay again in August when dropping off our daughter to the UNT campus.

Comfortable and clean. Everything worked. The mattresses were, while not really firm, not saggy either. The bedding is smooth. There is a cozy little bar in the room behind the lobby, and there is a very nice outside pool area. There are restaurants within waking distance.

The staff went above and beyond under challenging circumstances. I, along with several colleagues, were stranded at the hotel during the ice storm. The staff were also stranded for the most part and operating with a significantly reduced workforce. Despite these challenges, they were always cheerful, responsive to service requests, ensured that a hot breakfast was provided, and just generally wonderful! Kudos to everyone!

Great stay while overnighting in Denton! Clean and spacious suite, with a comfortable bed. The shower was very nice, with good water pressure. Our checkin was seamless and they were very friendly. Very nice experience!

Your front desk people were amazing! Kenya greeted us with a cheerful smile and was very welcoming! She also provided us an upgrade which was greatly appreciated! Jake checked us out in the morning and was very helpful! Beautiful facility!!

We stayed on a Friday night and it was a great location. The staff we very friendly and helpful. The bed was by far the best one we have slept on for the brand. The room was very clean and being close to the interstate quieter than we expected.

We love the breakfast!!! Cristina did amazing, very friendly and amazing service. The place was very clean and she was very helpful to everyone, she made sure we knew how to use the pancake maker… with a smile at all time….

This hotel is new and modern, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds and is very clean. The rooms have fans and a nice coffee/ MW/refrigerator bar. Favorite feature: the modern lamps were easy to turn on/off and plug into. The free breakfast was great. Slight downside: freeway noise.

Probably the nicest US hotel I've stayed in a long time. The rooms were very modern, everything at the hotel worked properly. The staff were very helpful and nice to work with at check in. I liked that is was very near many popular restaurants, as it made for a short walk for meals. Good parking lots with a good variety of spots to choose from.

Great location and rooms were really nice. We had a king room and it was really spacious. Had a full couch, living space, microwave, small fridge, etc. Breakfast included and was also very good. Full offering, not just continental.

We had to leave a day early but was told my last night could not be credited back to my card. A business doesn't treat a customer like that. Then I found out my credit card was charged $40.00 the day we checked in. I called the Hotel to ask why and I was told it was a security charge. Once the room was examined, it would be credited back to my card BUT it would depend on my bank, which is a lie. My Credit Card has nothing to do with my bank. This is a CREDIT CARD, NOT a debit card. This company is a rip off.

We had a suite. It was perfect for our plans over the Holidays. Staff was accommodating. Clean room and friendly staff. Since it was the holidays, they were short on cleaning staff, but anything we needed all we had to do was ask. Great breakfast each morning. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone.

This hotel is clean and comfortable. Everything in the room worked as it should. A little intimate bar behind the lobby is a nice place.There are several restaurants close by. This was our third stay here and we would choose to stay here again.

We were tired from a 9 hour drive and wanted to get west of Dallas so we could get out in the morning and avoid rush hour. The Best Western Premier was the perfect stop… Very comfortable beds, very clean rooms and lobby, and very nice staff. The parking lot was well lit and protected. As an added bonus, the property is close to several restaurants.

When I lived in Amarillo, 8 years ago, I loved to come to Denton and always wanted to stay here. Came very close to moving here. Fast forward. We live in Florida now and are coming home to get some things from my Moms home. We drove here this morning from MS. Very long day. The hotel is beautiful,elegant, and the rooms are very large. We have a Queen handicapped room. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. I take my own pillow everywhere and didn't need it! The price was reasonable for what we got. My only suggestion is to include a make up remover cloth.I forgot mine! We ate at Texas Roadhouse. The service there was excellent and the food very tasty. Highly recommended.

Spacious room, great amenities, big TV, great location to access Taxes Roundhouse and couple other place for food. The only thing is there is no water in the room, and I guess the sink next to the microwave is the tap water that can be consumed? The other flaw is that the wall is not soundproof and kids playing around creates a lot of noise to be clearly heard. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Bed was wonderful, so comfortable. Hotel needs some fixing up, The shower nozzle came off, as did the towel ring. We stayed 2 nights, and they did not clean our room room. Breakfast was fantastic, very good selection. Staff was friendly.

Christina at the Continental breakfast was amazing and welcoming! The staff was forcibly and very helpful. The internet was amazing on multiple devices and the place was very clean. A great place to stay!

The property is very clean and staff is very attentive. I stay at this one when I visit my corporate office in Denton. It's the only place I stay when there. Ill be back in December for three more nights.

Great location and nice facility. Seriously lacking in maintenance and deep cleaning. Management needs to oversee and improve that repairs are done, such as ceiling fans, refrigerators and toilet seats and a filthy room. There is no reason guests should have to deal with this upon check in.

Every time I travel to Denton for work this is my preferred hotel, staff is always professional, and the rooms are always nice and clean. The pool is very nice and clean, and the complimentary breakfast buffet is nice and has a lot more of a variety than most of the other hotel chains I have stayed at.

This was a very nice room. Just sad I didn't have more time to spend in it. Had great bed nice love seat and very home like feeling. Huge TV. Plenty to watch. The breakfast didn't leave much to want for. And staff was friendly.

I recently stayed at this hotel while traveling. It was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The room was very large. It had a king bed, large TV and and a large couch. I also enjoyed the nice shower. The pool area was nice and large and would be good for families. The bar area had good drinks that were reasonable. I would stay here again in the area if close. They also had good restaurants within walking distances.

This was our first time to Denton and the wedding party hotel was out of our budget. I found this hotel online and the price was better than what I was finding for Denton. It exceeded our expectations for a Best Western. The room was large, clean, and inviting. The TV was huge and there were 2 ceiling fans that made for some white noise to sleep. The shower was awesome as in addition to a huge shower head, there are 2 wall shower heads that add a spa like experience. We would definitely stay here again and will always recommend this location.

Awesome facility, staff and offerings at an awesome price! Definitely will stay there again. Extremely Clean, good breakfast, good lounge, great access to interstate and everyone was trying hard to please and be pleasant.

We had a great stay overnight. The staff were excellent. Had a small problem with the A/C controls and the desk clerk came right up and fixed the problem. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Nice bar area also.

This location is always a pleasant place for me to stay. It is clean, well managed and always responsive to the very few requests that I have had over the years. I've been staying here for work travel since 2009 and this hotel still seems brand new.

Stayed one night on a long road trip. Located in the Dallas metro area. Northwest of downtown, off a major highway. Room was large. In ok shape but needed some repairs (tile in bathroom was loose. Water damage on walls, outlet by bed was wonky). Mini fridge, coffee maker. Individual sized toiletries. Sufficient parking, though it's a bit tricky to figure out what part of the lot belonged to the hotel and which to the restaurants near the hotel. Breakfast was disappointing. Could not serve yourself, which would have been OK except it was powdered eggs, cold potatoes, flavorless biscuits...nothing that would warrant having a hotel employee dish it out. They had no self serve hot water, either, you had to ask for that, despite there being multiple self serve coffee pots. So it was fine, but probably would not stay there again.

This is my 2nd time at this location and the service was exceptional, the room felt safe and cozy. Accessible to everything you need for a great relaxing staycation or for business trainings, or conferences in the area.

Our family was at the Best Western in Denton, TX for a 2 night mid-July stay. This is a modern hotel with an EV charger, pool, and breakfast. Our suite was quite comfortable with two double beds, a nice separate living room type area, and the bathroom features a large walk-in shower. This room is perfect for families.

This hotel was great!! Loved the size of the rooms. The pool was amazing! Great hotel staff/front desk! Great bar/drinks! Great breakfast! Just over all the best Best Western we have 1ever stayed at! Will definitely stay here again!

Overall this was a decent hotel. Housekeeping leaves something to be desired, at check in, there was hair in the shower, crumbs and change on the floor and a gross amount of chocolate on the remote. They are not daily but come the third day of your stay. Once Chaser's opens at 5 the lone bartender makes a weak drink and the tables are not cleared/wiped down for some time. There was also a lot of road noise from my room. Now for the positive, the location is great hence the noise! You're less than half a mile (across the fwy) to Buccee's, walking distance to On the Border, Texas Roadhouse, Olive Garden and Red Lobster. The front desk staff are all very friendly and helpful if you have any questions/concerns. The convenience store is indeed convenient, keep in mind prices will be triple store price. The breakfast buffet serves excellent biscuits and gravy, pancakes, sausage and scrambled eggs as well as cereal and assorted pastries. The beds and pillows are so comfortable, directly under a fan and beside a perfect AC. 65” tv in your room that can be angled to the bed or sitting area. Plenty of outlets, no USB. The water pressure is great and gets plenty hot, quickly. Parking is a little tight if you've got a pickup but if you're okay parking a row farther there's plenty of extra space beside the hotel. The lot was well lit and I was comfortable throughout the day/evening when I left or came from work. I would return despite the subpar housekeeping because I acknowledge it's probably not the norm. Great location, friendly staff, great breakfast. The pool/hot tub looked very relaxing but I didn't get around to using them.

My husband and I stayed for two nights. We had a room with a King size bed and separate sitting area. I liked the mini sink next to the coffee maker. There were about four different restaurants within walking distance. Our favorite part was the outdoor jacuzzi.

We had a very nice handicapped suite with a large walk-in shower, bench and hand-held shower head. The bars on the wall were helpful. The bed was firm and comfortable with nice bedding. There was a big flat screen TV in the bedroom and another in a sitting area with a couch and desk. We enjoyed staying here.

Very nice place to stay for the price! Nice pool area and jacuzzi. The decor was very nice. The room was good size and very comfortable. Overall a very nice place, very good buffet breakfast. Will stay again!

The Furniture at this location is wore out, sitting on the couch you sink almost to the floor and have to crawl out. No HDMI ports anywhere in the room so bring our own charger. the batteries in our safe were out so you could not set it and it beeped for three days before anyone got around to changing it. the pool area is stunning and staff are super sweet, but skip this location (Denton TX) at least for the summer of 2022. Maybe they will get new beds, chairs and couches.

Excellent hotel, clean and luxurious. Large room which was well furnished. Big screen TV (70+ inches) and two ceiling fans made for nice accommodations. Microwave, refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker was a nice touch

Room was perfectly cleaned.Beds were great Linen was awesome.It was quiet check in was so fast and easy.Grounds were beautiful and the people were so welcoming.I really cant say enough about this property. I miss the shower more then u will ever know omg so great. Keep up the outstanding work BW staff you are rocking it.

The hotel is very classy! Looks very upscale especially for the price! While we didn't have the breakfast this time, we passed by there and will definitely stop by next time as it looked very appealing!

Stay AWAY if you don't mind roaches crawling all over. Location is great and staff is friendly. Breakfast is ok but healthy choices very limited. Not worth the value. ALWAYS check reviews, lesson learned!

Not impressed with the black mold at all. It was absolutely disgusting. Black mold in the ice machines in multiple levels. And there were ants in the room as well. The black mold was awful because we had to walk to get ice every single day

We used this hotel as a base for my daughter's wedding. We found the hotel new, clean, with great amenities and a wonderful staff. From the front desk to the breakfast staff to housekeeping, everyone was very friendly and helpful. There are several restaurants that are walking distance from the hotel and, although we didn't use them, there are meeting rooms there as well.

Due to medical appointments we're in Denton every three months and our choice hotel is always Best Wetern Crown Chase. Great location, great hotel, great staff, great breakfast along with a bar offering drinks before bed. Rooms are clean and quiet and beds are comfortable.Next door to four popular restaurants for easy access from hotel parking lot. Planning a stay in Denton you won't find a better choice then BW Crown Chase.

I highly recommend staying at this location for business or pleasure. It is a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. I travel often for work and have found this to be one of my favorite hotels. The staff is professional and friendly. Rooms have all the amenities that disappeared during Covid at other chains. The beds are very comfortable with 2 ceiling fans in the room - a must in Texas! I love the sitting room but also have enjoyed working outdoors by the pool. The breakfast is higher quality and have offered omelets in the past. A nice bar to chill at the end of the day. Walking distance to numerous restaurants. This location checks all the boxes!

Everything was great. The bed put me right to sleep, it was quiet. And the breakfast was great. Had a GM business meeting there for four nights and was very pleased. Meeting room was kind of cold, so make sure you bring a jacket. Housekeeping staff, during covid does not come in your room till after 3 days, which was fine with me.

Great location, awesome rooms and incredible staff. We were in town for our son's wedding and the hotel was extremely accommoating for all guests of their wedding. We held the rehearsal in one of the event rooms and it was perfect. We can't say enough about this incredible hotel and staff.

The staff was ultra-friendly, decor was attractive and pristine. I loved the fact that the beautiful pool area and gym were open, since several previous hotels I'd stayed at in 2021 had closed these amenities due to Covid. A thoroughly enjoyable stay over Christmas

This hotel has everything you need. There is a walk-in shower. The toiletries smell nice. The bedding feels comfortable and everything works. There is an intimate little bar tucked into the side rear of the lobby where you can get a good mixed drink.Close to several restaurants.

We were back in Denton for my PhD graduation and everyone at the Best Western Premier Crown was amazing. From the people behind the desk to the maids to the people serving breakfast, everyone was friendly, kind, and accommodating. We had a dog with us and he was like the most popular person in the hotel! Everything about this experience was great. Well, except the waffles. They were doughy in the middle. But the rest of the breakfast was very good!

My family recently stayed at this hotel to attend my daughter's graduation in Denton. It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is lovely, the rooms are large and comfortable and they have great amenities. Internet, coffee maker, nice sized mini fridge, microwave and cabinets were awesome to have in the rooms. The pool was amazing with a waterfall and places to sit and eat or just lounge. They provide a free full breakfast with lots of options and the food is delicious. There is also a bar and lounge area and the drinks are very affordable. It was comfortable, engaging and fun and it made the experience of celebrating my daughters' wonderful achievement even more special. I highly recommend this hotel for events, family gathering or even just a fun and relaxing weekend getaway. It is our place of choice when we visit the Denton area.

MY granddaughter was getting married, and they chose this hotel for everyone to stay at. They staff was amazing and greeted us with such a warm welcome. I would definitely stay there again. We booked a king suite and we found cockroaches in our room. There were no other suites available so they moved us to a king standard room and charged us a higher price for the second room than what our suite cost. The staff member didn't seem real worried about the room having cockroaches in it. As i was leaving the desk, there was another gentleman walking to desk from elevator who stated his room wasn't cleaned up from previous guest. Seems like this location has multiple issues.

Wonderful location in Denton with a 20 minute drive to The Springs Event Venue in Aubry, TX where we attended a wedding. Great hot breakfast served to you with plenty of options. Location has friendly staff, large rooms, good water pressure. Sofa beds need upgrading (for use as a sofa) as you sink into them due to lack of support under the cushions.

This Best Western is easily the best value and quite possibly the best accommodations to be found in Denton, TX. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is actually really good! The staff is incredibly friendly and go “out of the way” for their guests! One employee in particular, Claudia, was delightful. She was patient with guests at the front desk, always polite, friendly and understanding!

The rooms/staff were absolutely amazing! I was pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of the rooms! Very inviting; we had a hard time leaving! Staff was punctual and accommodating to our needs. My partner and I loved staying at this hotel. It was lovely, clean and everyone was very kind. We loved our room! It was also centrally located. We loved the exterior and the interior; everything was pleasant.

Our family had an excellent stay at this hotel. We rented several rooms when we had to gather in the area for a family funeral. We loved the ceiling fans in the well lit, clean, nicely decorated rooms. We also enjoyed gathering in the meeting room, and the breakfast area for the great buffet breakfast. The friendly, accommodating staff made a difficult situation less stressful. Our group had no complaints! We would definitely stay here again!

My reservation said it was a standard 1 king room, but it seemed like a junior suite, as it was a spacious room with a sitting area & maybe a sofa bed. The actual king bed was very comfortable & there were 5 pillows, which was perfect. We slept extremely well. The bathroom had great lighting for applying makeup & there was even a makeup mirror that was double sided…I've stayed in many upscale hotels that didn't provide that. It also had a microwave, which came in handy for heating up our cold fast food we picked up late that night, after our event. Location was perfect too with many restaurants within walking distance. Also, Buc-ee's was on the other side of the highway, very easy to get to…we love getting a chance to stop there! I rated our 1 night stay with 5 stars. We'd stay there again.

Awful management- no leadership Non front desk management- Alexis is rude. Apparently old front desk manager- lazy and nasty. Miriam aka mimi talks down to diamond selects and is unprofessional Housekeepers call you names in Spanish like b&$tch and no recourse from management or help.

We were very comfortable at this hotel. Great service, breakfast and room. The only thing that might be a negative is we weren't told up front about the 40$ amenities fee that would be charged to our card. Why? I have no clue because we didn't charge anything extra but they still charge fee but credit you back in a few days if nothing was charged. They should tell you this information when you make reservations.

These rooms were way bigger and better than expected. They had ceiling two fans, a very large tv, a nice shower, etc. The hotel is right within walking distance to Texas Roadhouse and On the border and really close to several other areas.

We spent the Labor Day weekend at this fine etablissement. Everything was great - the hotel is in fine condition, the staff is courteous and helpful, the pool area very appealing. BW Premier Denton is on top of my list for return visits.

Probably the best hotel I have stayed in while in Denton. This particular hotel will be the only hotel I stay with while visiting Denton. Secure and clean. Friendly and helpful. Very comfortable environment.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Everything (fridge, microwave, TV, lamps, heat & air, shower) worked as it should. Beds were decently firm. Bedding was nice. Decent breakfast. Nice little bar. Lovely pool area.

While staying at the Denton location, my niece was bitten VERY BADLY by bed bugs!! The housekeeping staff leaves at 3 pm. The pool is gorgeous but smaller than expected. The yoga ball in the gym need air. The internet and phone just stopped working several times. The access cards made us get locked out at the pool. It was a nice free breakfast and I loved the location, walking distance from several restaurants. But another guest catalytic convertor was stolen off her truck!! Room service NEVER came to turndown our rooms because you have to tell them you want service, which would've been fine had they told us that at check in and since they leave at 3pm we couldn't get service!! But my biggest upset was what my niece had to experience due to the bed bugs!!! I will never stay at ANY Best Western hotel again!!

Excellent from check in until we left. Room very large and spacious, clean and comfortable. Lobby beautiful, pool was fun and the breakfast was good too. The bed was very comfortable. I love this hotel!!!

This motel is amazing! Friendly staff. My room was very clean & comfy. Loved the large shower. They don't do room service unless requested but if you fill out the little paper & hang it on the door they will bring you everything you need at one time. Great hot breakfast. Nice swimming pool with a little waterfall. Also used the hot tub & enjoyed hanging out at the fire pit in the evenings. Great restaurants right beside it. It was an awesome stay! I'll definitely stay here again.

Really nice Hotel with one bad thing, the handicap accessible room. It is not a very good handicap bathroom for someone with one leg. Need to really think about all sorts of handicap disabilities when labeling a room being handicap accessible. I'm so glad that I had other people traveling with me who was able to help me in the bathroom otherwise I would not of been able to stay there. Everything else was great from the staff at the front desk to the gentleman serving our breakfast.

Room was dirty, mold in the shower door and tile floors were sticky. Furniture was uncomfortable especially the couch. The sitting table and chairs were unusable for anyone over 10 years old. Front desk was inexperienced. Maid service was minimal. I understand the COVID issue but the loss of service should be reflected in the cost of the room. Instead higher pricing due to demand and less being given. I'm sure someone is laughing all the way to the bank

The hotel was very clean overall. They do need to be better about checking the pullout bed in the sofa. It was a little dirty under there. Otherwise, our kids loved the pool, the room was spacious and updated for a great price. The drinks at the bar are extremely over priced too.

Stayed for week while house hunting in the Denton area. Friendly and attentive staff through our stay. Great room with all the amenities. Would definitely return and stay again. Their breakfast was great everyday.

I was at at this hotel for duration of about six months because of work the staff was excellent I enjoyed my stay completely the hotel was clean and sanitized during our times so if you're ever in Denton Texas and need a place to stay for your money and comfort this hotel would be that place highly recommended so hats off to the Best Western Crowne Plaza

Dirty, unprofessional and bugs. We stayed here as part of a group booking for a wedding. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, it was an a poor experience. We reserved a king suite which is the “nicest” room. What a joke. Not only was the lighting really odd, it was filthy. The desk was full of finger prints and water stains, as if it hadn't been wiped down. The bathroom floor was dusty and the toilet had tiny little hair shavings on it. The shower was “clean” but the grout was moldy. The bed was clean, otherwise we would have left. I called the front desk around 11pm, as we got in at 10pm, and the person at the front answered after being put on hold for 10 minutes. We asked for more towels. She said she'd bring them right up. 45 minutes later, I called again and another person answered and said he had no idea what we were talking about and there is a long line so I'd have to wait. He had a total attitude and that's unacceptable. We never did get our towels. The room had these weird looking water bugs or something. I've never seen a bug in a hotel room, ever. And over 2 days at this hotel, we saw 3. It just added to how gross our room was. This hotel, unfortunately, lives up to the Best Western Motel stigma. It's not “premier” or “fancy” as some reviewers stated. Our entire block of rooms was highly dissatisfied.

This place is definitely 5 star! The staff is so polite and helpful. The hotel is neat, clean and spotless. The breakfast buffet is excellent, the pool is terrific too.The room rate can't be beat, and they are spacious, clean and everyhting works. This place exceeded all expectations!

Hotel and room were nice but the noise was a little excessive. The hotel does not offer room service which is a draw back for someone traveling solo and not wanting to go out. The staff was friendly enough.

Stayed here for one night. Hotel was very clean and in a nice area close to restaurants and fast food places. Staff was really nice and helpful. Room was clean and large. Had a big fridge with a small freezer slot up top and microwave. Showers were great with jets coming out from the side. It was rainy and chilly to go outside but the waterfall and pools looked really nice. Breakfast was fantastic! Someone serves you hot food and they are generous and helpful. Scrambled Eggs (good ones too), biscuit, good bacon, and assortment of baked goods, yogurts and cereal. The place was clean and someone came by to clean after each person. Overall really nice place and I would highly recommend!

It was a great stay. And our dog loved it too. The room was excellent and service was very good. It is a beautiful hotel. They were cleaning and wiping everything. Breakfast was very good. Bedding was very comfortable and room was well appointed.

We were only there for one night, but have stayed several times over the past year. The room was incredibly nice, the service at both the front desk and in the breakfast room was very welcoming and helpful, and the meal was hearty! Having the restaurants so convenient was a plus as well!

AC was broken and didn't work. Remember this is a Texas so it was hot and humid. Bathroom sink didn't drain. The room was next to the main parking lot exit and the stairway on the first floor so noise was constant. I asked for the new room given all these issues and they told me they were full and cannot provide any accommodations. Likely a lie since this was during and the parking lot was near empty. As far as public space, the gym appeared maintained but the water in the water cooler was old and disgusting. It has not been changed out. I was there for a meeting. I was told there was a shuttle to register for when I showed up. When I asked them about this they said there was no shuttle. I asked multiple people and they all said the same thing. So I paid for personal transportation to the meeting. At the conference I found out there was a shuttle. My problem is I guess I wasn't white because only the white folks were told there was a shuttle.

We stay at Best Western quite often when we travel but this BW, is the best yet so far!!! Clean, beautiful decor, beds and pillows were comfortable and the pool area was stunning! Breakfast was delicious and all the staff was very nice and helpful. We will be returning next month for sure!

The room felt like a high end hotel. The experience is one I would highly recommend. Staff and environment were very friendly and inviting. The breakfast buffet was excellent and fresh. Front desk was efficient and friendly.

I can not say enough about this hotel .When I arrived, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful. My children was on Spring Break and they had a great time around the pool, watching tv, and the gaming on the internet. The fire pit kept us warm The Breakfast staff was wonderful, Bryant made us waffles for my family of six. The food overall was great. Planning a trip to Denton and need a place to stay..you won't find a more comfortable customer friendly hotel then Best Western Premier. Front desk staff are so personable , friendly and welcoming. Manager Casey is ready to provide assistance needed. Rooms are clean , quite and comfortable. Breakfast selections include bacon or sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy. You won't be disappointed.

If you need it, they will have it, along with a great staff to help make your stay enjoyable. They honestly go above and beyond your average hotel in regards to what they offer. On a side note, don't trust housekeeping...they tried to take a phone I left in the room and if it weren't for the threat of reviewing security footage, I probably wouldn't have gotten it back.

This place is a hidden gem! The location is perfect, the facility is amazing. The staff, mainly Taylor was amazing. Taylor was doing it all and handled each job with professionalism. This will be my place to stay each time I'm here.

This was our second stay at this hotel and again it did not disappoint. The rooms are large, the bathrooms are too! The location is quite convenient to shopping, the interstate, the college and so much more. They are still serving a nice hot breakfast, even waffles will be made for you. We'll definitely be back!

I'm usually pleased with the Premier BW, the overall experience is usually at at higher level, this location does that, the bedroom was beautiful and comfortable, nicer quality bedding, furniture, the TV was about 65",the shower had jets in the wall, very memorable, the location was excellent, I walked over to Texas Road house for dinner, 4 restaurants within 200 yards, also a bar in lobby, anyways beautiful hotel, enjoy

Elexus at the front desk was one of the absolute best things about my stay. She was knowledgeable about a multitude of different subjects, and she makes one hell of a drink. Truly a gem of a human being, and if she was willing to relocate I might have had a chance to still her for my company. The managers at this property obviously know who to hire. The rooms were also extremely spacious, and comfortable.

This is a beautiful modern hotel with all the amenities needed. The staff was very quick, helpful and friendly. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and the full breakfast was absolutely delicious. I have not one complaint.

Stayed last minute at Best Western got great price and great room for family of 6. Breakfast was great at theseTimes where it was hot and fresh. They had pancakes and waffles with eggs etc. Room was spacious and very modern.

I was in town for a business meeting and the whole staff made my stay smooth. The place was really clean. The breakfast was always hot and fresh. The housekeepers would drop whatever they was doing to assist me if I needed anything. My room was very clean and smell fresh when I arrive. Awesome staff, extremely clean and took all the precautions for the Covid 19. Mask required signs were posted throughout the hotel. The hotel is located in a perfect for restaurants, shopping, and easily accessible to the airport for my flight to Dallas and back home. AWESOME experience

I very seldom give 10's / 5 stars in any category to any facility. This is one of the first in the Midwest, and this was an amazing place. It was no more expensive than any other BW Branded place, and the quality and comfort was superior in all areas.

While staying at the Best Western Premier Crown Chase Inn & Suites the service was was awesome. When I arrived I was greeted by the front desk assistant with a smile and details about the hotel. The front desk assistant Claduia is great and makes sure you have everything you need while staying at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and knows the information needed for your hotel stay. Whenever I had a problem or did not know something the staff was very helpful. The cook Byrant makes sure that the food is fresh and good every morning. He also greets you with a smile when you walk up to the food area. He makes a waffle in the shape of Texas. The housekeeping cleans your room on request as soon as you ask. If you need fresh towels and toiletries they put it at your door with interpreting your time. The rooms are very clean and smells great when you enter. The view out the window is nice in the morning and at night. You can see the highway out the window. The hotel is very quite and secure. No one can come to your room without notifying the front desk. This hotel has a lot of class and very professional. The amities are a nice size weight room, swimming pool, hot tub, and a fire pit. You can order drinks from a outside window. There is a meeting room and also a conference room to do presentations. There is same day dry cleaning service. There is a small store inside with things you need if you forget something. The place has nice restaurants close by walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The service here is top of the line. This hotel will always get my business whenever I'm in town. Thank you for a nice stay as I handle business.

I was surprised at how nice the hotel was for the price. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, breakfast was really good. I will be staying here again the next time I'm in town. Was here on business and I'm sure I'll be here again.

My stay at the Best Western Premier was very relaxing.The staff was very professional. Anything I requested they did a great job making sure I had it. The front desk clerk Jacob is very good at his job. Thank you Best Western Premier for hiring a great staff.

My husband and I stayed here for a month while we were looking for a new apartment. Knowing how stressful our year was, the manager made us feel at home right away. Every morning they have a decent breakfast spread and you are greeted by Bryant, Andrew or Dida. These three have made the stay here more than pleasant and they are a patient as possible. I won't forget how much the employees here made me feel like home and I had a great time staying here.

Clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Room was modern and up do date. Furniture was comfortable and the tv was large! We're just here for a night (for business), but we'll definitely stay here again if we have business in Denton.

I did not realize that Best Western Premier was a top level hotel. The hotel and amenities were great. The people in every part of the hotel were attentive, personable, and pleasant. We arrived late in the evening and were greeted as we entered. We had breakfast both mornings of our stay. Bryant took good care of us. We were at breakfast just before shutdown time, but there was plenty of food available across the menu. The food was also quite good.

Have medical appointments in Denton every 6 weeks so we drive from Fort Worth and spend the night so we never have to worry about traffic concerns. It's great to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep before the appointment. Appreciate the amazing staff , clean comfortable bed and our favorite room each time we're there.

It was a Saturday night stay to remember. Service at the front was very helpful. The room was very nice. The bed was just about right on the comfort. Could have been a little softer but it worked. Wife was happy for guy that's about all you can ask for. Didn't here anyone through the floors. Peaceful sleep. Even had a nice hot breakfast with covid going on. They served us. It was good. Tasted like a breakfast should taste. That's about it. My wife and I will be back. Service was great. Thanks!

Made a quick trip and needed a place to stay, with covid positive cases being so high staying somewhere that values cleanliness and customer safety is a must. Everything from the entrance to the lobby to the tasty breakfast that was safely served by hotel staff was wonderful. Staying here always makes a visit back to my hometown area a pleasure. The staff are wonderfully friendly. The rooms are super comfortable. The breakfasts are tasty and don't leave without trying the pecan coffee and the Texas-shaped waffles!

Yes, I have been here before; would not stay anywhere else in Denton. Do I criticize other hotels, no; but I also know 5-Star Quality. I want a friendly, efficient, happy to see me kind of place, where the breakfast is hot and tasty served by Bryant, the pool is crystal clear (and yes OPEN), the hot tub is the correct temperature, my room is expertly cleaned everyday by CeCe (you can give it the white glove test) my questions are happily answered by either Ms. Claudia, William, Jacob and lets not forget Anthony who works the red-eye shift. I am an early riser and Anthony always had fresh coffee waiting, even at 4 am. Last but not least, Gina & Esmeralda who are in charge of sales, eagerly answered my many questions, happy to share their favorites in Denton with me. So......yes I kinda love the people and the place, they are like family to me. Also, I believe in taking the time to speak positively about people and experiences. Its so much more more pleasant to read a review like this, kinda makes you feel good inside, spreading the Joy......

This hotel is my #1 favorite hotel in Denton, and my new, exclusive, go-to hotel for all of my business events. Their rooms are beautiful, pool and outdoor area is great, breakfast service is nop notch, and their large meeting room is all-inclusive and has everything I need, from a drop-down A/V screen to a long counter along the back wall for displays at my meetings. The location is excellent as well - right off of I-35, a straight shot to Buccees which is a fun local attraction, and in the same plaza as 4 restaurants who all have discounts and deals for those staying at the hotel. All are within walking distance and it's so convenient. But honestly, the best thing about them is they have truly incredible customer service. They have gone the extra mile to help me with my events - enough that I've signed contracts to hold future events there because they continue to exceed my expectations. Grateful to have found this gem in Denton!

Title sums it up. Room was large, ceiling fans added bonus. Large TV to watch the game. Breakfast was crisp bacon, scrambled eggs, etc. No fruit was only knock. Definitely stay here again when in the area.

I initially chose to book this BW location based upon the price per night and convenient location to favorite restaurants within walking distance to the hotel and a Walgreens Pharmacy. We were pleasantly surprised at how really nice this hotel was. Modern decor throughout with clean common areas and rooms with firm beds. Service was excellent. We brought our own breakfast food and did not partake of any food offered due to Covid. I would stay here again should I be in the Denton, TX area and I will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

My husband and I brought our 6 year old daughter here for a mini staycation. We were nervous about staying in a hotel during the pandemic but this hotel is doing it right. Everything is clean and sanitized. I've never stayed in a Best Western but I am super impressed. The room is huge and modern. We will definitely return.

I love this cute hotel. The suite is large and spacious. The shower has a bench seat and it is huge. Small bar area in the lobby to get drinks. Since the pandemic the breakfast sucks. Otherwise it is great.

I travel weekly and found this hotel to be very clean, friendly staff and full of amenities. The actions taken by this location to ensure guest safety during this pandemic made me feel very safe staying there. I will stay here again and recommend this location to anyone traveling to or through Denton, Texas.

We own a transportation company and with the corona virus going on and our kids being miserable, we've decided to start going on trips together and making it a family event. We've traveled all over the country and this by far was the most convenience, cleanest, friendliest and over all fun hotel we've stayed in. The pool was incredible and our kids loved it. There's several restaurants and stores within walking distance and my husband was even able to park his 40 ft trailer (he's a really good driver though). They even had a hot, made to order breakfast, which is super rare with the whole COVID 19 going on. Traveling, during the Corona Virus has been challenging but the Best Western Hotels have by far been the best and this particular one is the best of the best!

This Best Western is one of the nicest I've stayed. The rooms were large, showers were updated and roomy, and the beds were comfortable! You can't beat the location with 3 large restaurants within walking distance. The pool was great for kids with the small splash area. We will be staying here again.

We booked this hotel on a whim for my sons birthday weekend. We weren't sure what to expect with everything going on right now. We had a WONDERFUL experience. The front desk staff were all so incredibly sweet and helpful. Our room was HUGE and it had ceiling fans!! Which, as Texans, is a staple in our home so it made our room feel even more comfortable. Everything was so clean and nice everywhere we went. The pool was gorgeous! It's outside and we loved that. We were able to swim and enjoy the jacuzzi with no worries because everything is so incredibly well maintained. When it was time to check out, our kids were already asking to come back because everyone loved it so much. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and would definitely recommend to anyone coming to town or just needing to get away like we did!!

I have never seen a hotel with ceiling fans in the rooms until I stayed here! That is a huge plus for me! The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and the common areas were very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, any time.

My sister and I stayed at Best Western Premier in Denton last weekend. Our time spent there was incredible! From the welcoming staff up front with a quick and seamless check-in, to the spacious and beautiful room, everything was so well taken care of. We kept commenting about how nice and cleaning the entire building was, and would recommend this hotel to anyone! While we weren't able to enjoy the pool or restaurant due to COVID-19, we will absolutely be back to stay at a later date to enjoy those amenities, as I know they will be just as wonderful as everything else was. Do yourself a favor if you're looking for somewhere to stay in Denton and book here...you won't be disappointed - I promise you that!

I cannot begin to say how great this hotel is. Great location, right off interstate close to restaurants, gas stations, the mall, nail salon, etc. Very clean - large bathrooms and sleeping areas. FREE full breakfast, yes full breakfast. Every employee that I came in contact with was extremely helpful, always smiling, sometimes dancing. If I am ever in Denton, Tx I will stay here. I am extremely impressed!

We stayed the first weekend of February at the Best Western crowne on Brinker in Denton. It was fabulous! The price was very reasonable for our wedding group. The facility is very clean. Each room is huge with a small kitchenette, a seating area and a queen sized bed. Breakfast is excellent and included. Traffic noise on street side is something to consider. All in all 5 stars. The staff was great and the omelet chef did an excellent job. They even have a room to rent for special events. There is a pool and work out facility. Easy access to the highway and restaurants. A vist to Bucees is a must.

A friend of mine stayed at the Best Western in Denton. She travels every week for her job.The company she works for pays for the room.The card they use is called a CLC (Corporate Lodging Card). When she made the reservation she asked if they took CLC cards and was told yes they do. When she checked out they told her it would be 540.00 dollars.She was informed that they did take CLC cards but from just one company.NOT HERS.And there was nothing they could do about it but train their employee's better.She is a Platinum rewards member.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past for race weekend (Texas Motor Speedway) and loved it. We made reservations for this March - arriving Friday and departing Monday. Due to work changes, we needed to change the arrival day to Saturday. Both the corporate reservation line and the hotel direct said this would result in a cancelled reservation and loss of room - for an existing reservation with an allowable cancellation. The hotel advised their new policy for that weekend requires a Friday AND Saturday reservation together. It's unfortunate. This resulted in a booking at a hotel across the street and a cancellation at Best Western. Unfortunately, Best Western is off the list for race weekend.

My husband and I needed a quick, one night getaway in town and stayed at this lovely property. Upscale attention to detail was evident from the chef-created “build your own omelet”, to the lighted, magnified make-up mirror in the bathroom! Green-friendly trash/recycle bins and comfy sectional sofa made us feel right at home! Come enjoy being pampered at this great hotel!

I was in town for a 15 day business trip very recently and stayed at Best Western Premier. The cost was reasonable for the suite that I got. There was a king size bed that was comfy. The tv was large and swiveled left and right and out so you could turn it wherever you were. There was a nice deak and a comfy couch as well. The kitchenette area had a working microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. And there was ability to do laundry on 2nd floor for my extended stay. The complimentary buffet breakfast each morning in the bar area was delish too. I had a great experience at this hotel.

The floor plan I chose featured the master bedroom separate from the living room. That gives the driver privacy from talkative teens on the phone. The bathroom was spacious. seat in shower. quaint kitchenette with a mini fridge and microwave. There is plenty of cabinet space to accommodate long or short stays. there is a sink and Keurig coffee maker and condiments. The room has a safe for your valuables and a closet with extra pillows.The location was very convenient. Surrounding restaurants will give you 10% off your meal if you show them your room card. The front desk staff(Claudia) was very nice and helpful when I checked in. The mall was literally 5 minutes away. plenty of shopping strips as well. Walmart, Target, Ross, Dollar Tree, you name it. I took my daughter to Texas Women's College, which was about 10 minutes away from the hotel. Some college, medical, veteran discounts are given. I like the way they support families visiting their college kids. free FULL breakfast buffet, cash bar with snacks in the evenings. the pool outdoors was resort style with beautiful waterfall flowing down large rocks. If you lie on one of the loungers you can close your eyes then open them up thinking that you were on a quiet island. Then the sounds from the street side traffic may ruin that vision. The rooms actually have 2 Televisions and they have actual channels that would interest most. can you say satellite TV....... I had a very nice stay. my only complaints were 1). the noise from traffic outside by the pool.maybe a privacy wall on that one side to muffle most of the traffice noise. as the area grows, so will that noise. 2). on 1/31/20 it was hard to locate the desk attendants after 5:00pm. I waited a moment then went to run my errand. came back to find the desk empty again. I called out and waited again until a young man came from outside and asked if i neded help. I said "yes", then he went to find someone. I questioned guest safety at night when no one is attending the desk. Naturally things will require the desk clerk to leave the front desk but it seemed kind of frequent and long when other customers were trying to check in. That is an easy fix. They also sell snacks in the lobby as well. There is a very nice gym to work out. ATTENTION WOMEN: There are ceiling fans in the Livingroom and bedrooms. lol

Everytime i come here it's always a great place to stay. Bryant and Michael in breakfast great food and omelets . Tyler at the bar great and fun to hang out while I stay and Liz the manager always great.

The BW premier chain is the best and nicest line of hotels on the market. They make most of not all of the 4&5 star hotels look way over rated and certainly overpriced. At this property they had a cooked to order breakfast as well as buffet with lots of options.

First, the staff tried their best to take care of the problems that I brought to their attention. And they were all nice and professional about the problems. First room had overwhelming dust/mold smell in the bedroom but not bathroom. We changed rooms. Second room had strong perfume/air freshener smell in bedroom and very strong mold in bathroom. Changed room yet again. This third room was right near the first floor exit and stairwell so noisy, but I was willing to sacrifice for air quality. Didn't smell anything, so that's where we stayed. Around 3am I discovered the air conditioner was not working. I finally got it to work but it made straining noises all night. Not the best sleep. Did not report this. Too late and too frustrated. The dresser doors would not stay shut so we had to prop luggage against it to study shut. Our keys got erased one evening. That was an added frustration. I tried to get a drink at the bar 2 different times and the bartender wasn't there. Had to ask the front desk. One evening we walked into the lobby into the strong smell of cigarette smoke. I am very allergic to smoke, dust, and mold. Unfortunately all three were there. My eyes burned and I was congested. Very frustrating given I had an 8 hour drive back home after a poor hotel stay. I will not stay there again. Perhaps other locations are better but this one is in dire need of better management. I usually don't write reviews, but I felt obligated to warn those with allergies.

In town to bring our college student back to school. Decided to try a different hotel this time. To our surprise, our hotel room was very nice and clean. They have happy hour (complementary wine and beer) and breakfast with an omelet station. Free WiFi and nice sized TVs...55-60 inches. Couches need more cushion. We had a refrigerator and microwave in the room as well. It came in handy after a storm came though producing rain and the next day SNOW! We couldn't get out and bought a pizza and soup from their snack store. Elizabeth and her staff were great! They made sure that we had everything we needed and also assisted us in adding an additional night due to the weather. One of the members of the staff took a pic of us in the snow. We had a very relaxing time.

I host weekend scrapbook/crafting retreats 3-4 times every year for my business, and this is my #1 place to host. I no longer go to any other hotel because this place literally has everything. It's right off the Buc-cees exit off I-35E so location is perfect; it's in the same plaza as four restaurants and they have deals worked out with all four restaurants for their guests. Guest rooms are beautiful and the complimentary breakfast is great. The meeting room I use is the perfect size and also has A/V equipment I can use with a drop-down screen. And best of all, the management and EVERY single person I've worked with here is fantastic, personal, and so willing to help with anything I need and want to make sure we all have a great experience. Elizabeth is the manager and I feel like she's my new, genuine friend. Lol! Bryant is in charge of food and it's just a great service. They have a small shop at the front for thing guests may need but they also stock small containers of Beth Maries ice cream...a local sweet shop. I'm gushing but I can't help it! Haha! after trying out multiple locations for my retreats, I've found my permanent spot!

We stayed at the hotel Christmas Yves so we could be near our grandchildren on Christmas morning. They had a full breakfast on Christmas day that was really good. The people having to work on Christmas day and Christmas Eve were friendly and kept wishing us a Merry Christmas (especially Elizabeth). The rooms were very clean and well organized. We will go back next year.

- This place is very classy. It is extremely clean. I thought it was brand new, and found out it was 10 years old. Could not tell. The room: WOW! very nice, bed is extremely comfy and the shower was nice.

We blocked off rooms for our wedding here, and SO happy we did so! Is location is perfect, staff was extremely helpful, rooms were SO clean, the bed were very comfortable, and the breakfast had a ton of options! I will always book at the BW Premiers from now on!

I had to come on and give a quick review for the 5 star service we received from Liz this weekend. She made our quick trip to Denton for our best friends wedding so much less stressful! If we're in the area again we will always stay here!

The hotel is in a good location. I was very disappointed in my stay and the lack of service from employees. At check in the lady started by arguing with me which just kicked the trip off to a bad start. Also they charge you 2.00 a day to fight climate control when I asked for this to be removed he didn't know how to take it off. The is a sneaky charge that is listed in one elevator and can only be taken off by request. I think they should ask first. The rooms are worn and the furniture is rough there are better stays in this area for the same cost.

The wifi was great to work on my laptop, and stay comfortably on task. The breakfast was delicious, I had the omelet and it was wonderful. The whole staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was top notch and perfect.

I absolutely ADORE this place! Can I take up tiny living here? The front staff was friendly and kind, the decor downstairs was nice, but the ROOM: the size was huge, and like new, with a stylish, contemporary feel, and so many little extras: ceiling fans (2), cabinets with frosted glass, an extra sink by the little "kitchen" area, extra throw pillows on the couch (with a lounge sectional), a comfortable office chair, a beautiful shower and vanity sink, and a huge 65 inch television that could be viewed from both the bed or the sofa. Although we didn't use it, the pool area looked beautiful and much nicer than traditional hotel pools. Hotel was walking distance from several chain restaurants, and within a few miles of the downtown square and all the quirky shops and bars. Had a hard time leaving and hoping to stay here again soon!

We were in town for my sons wedding the weeding party all stayed here it was Near the mall, the shuttle accommodated the kids to brunch and to the wedding venue the only problem was remote did not work well

My boyfriend and I's trip started off a little rough, we landed and finally went to check in to our hotel (The Hilton) around 2 AM and they told us our reservation was for the next night (after about a million other things had already went wrong). We were super upset but ended up being able to get a room across the street at the Best Western. Everyone was so sweet and helpful, and Elizabeth was an absolute angel. We're so thankful we were able to get a room last minute, and the hotel itself was very nice as well, we loved our room.

Price on the bill was almost double the price quoted on their website. It is a nice facility and the rooms are nice. The breakfast was cold' The torkers were friendly. Overlall if the bill had been even close to the quoted price, my review would be very favorable.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. There was adequate parking, it was located next door to several restaurants, within 3 minutes of the mall, shopping centers, grocery stores, and other restaurants. The rooms were very modern, roomy, and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to see 2 ceiling fans in the room. My only complaints were that the maids need to pay a little more attention when they vacuum, I didn't expect the pool area to closed and locked with a padlock, and all the road construction made it difficult getting to and from the hotel. when you entered or exited the Freeway. I ended up using the back roads and streets to avoid the huge backups. Other than those things, I would stay there again.

This was a very nice Hotel. It had a spacious room and was well decorated. It was very clean. The hotel has a nice fitness center, swimming area and a decent breakfast. Try to Book online instead of just dropping in since you will pay $20-50 more. The front desk will only budge so far.

After being informed that I was only getting charged for 1 room at check out.my back account was charged for 2 rooms. At check in I was informed that there was 2 rooms under my name but I inform them that was a mistake and if they where to to charge me for 2 I would stand at the desk and sale one to any one that need a room, At that time I was only being charge for 1. while waiting to check in there were two other individuals that were having problem with the staff checking in and checking out. One of the women asked to speck the manger but she never came out to resolve her complain.

We blocked some rooms for the guest of our son's wedding in Denton TX. The staff at the went above and beyond during our stay. Rooms are great, breakfast has a great variety and delicous. It is in a great location.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Hotel was spotless and the AC was cold just like I like it! Pool area had drink service. Banquet room we reserved was just perfect for our rehearsal dinner. Front desk was amazing!!!

Upon arrival, we were getting our suitcases out of the car at the front entrance. Anthony [--] chose to lock the door at that moment and left us at a locked door for several minutes knowing we were there. First impression was not good. Next, we were met by our daughter and were told that our room smelled like manure. When addressed with Anthony [--], he told my son in law that he did not have the “authority” to change rooms. He could, however, pay for a third room. The staff would evaluate the stinky room and determine if a refund should be given. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel where an issue like this was not addressed. He refused to contact someone with “authority”. Reading the reviews I see stinky rooms are common. This hotel is quite a bit more expensive than others around it. The quality and customer service is lacking. When I asked Anthony [--] for his name, he asked why. He proceeded to tell me he did not know what I was talking about. As I left, he was laughing at me. I do not need to overpay for this type of treatment!

Ww stayed here for one night prior to a surgical stay at a local hospital. This hotel is by far the top Best Western we have stayed in - and far superior to most other hotel brands we've stayed at in past several years. Highly recomend for any stay in Denton, TX area!

Numerous families were in attendance for a wedding. The facility was very nice, nicer than we were anticipating. The pool was lovely, yet on the smaller side. The waterfall and bubblers provided nice ambiance. Programmable keys were a HUGE inconvenience. We had secured several rooms and had numerous instances when those in our party had to get their keys reprogrammed. The wedding party in general had secured at least a dozen rooms. The evening of the rehearsal dinner no less than 4 separate rooms (ourself included) had to come down to address their keys not working and identification was not requested. The straw that broke the camels back was when I was awoken early (for me) when one in our party's key wasn't working and they would not reprogram it....I was called and they needed me to come down (sleepy eyed and in my pj's) and the clerk would not accept that I could provide address phone numbers, guest names, room numbers, car identification, from the paperwork I filled in upon check-in she insisted on my ID (seriously)...I have to go back up and search for ID (not waking hubby)...return down stairs with ID...go back up to my room and my key is not deprogrammed. Yes, it was Friday the 13th. LESSON - carry your ID with you at ALL times! That includes to breakfast and pool. Deprogrammed keys were a consistent throughout our stay and in my opinion the front staff may want to address how they can better service their patrons.

Read reviews before booking...highest rating hotel in area. Expected good, but truly met and exceeded. Clean as expected, but exceeded with shower and ceiling fan...super nice and appreciated! Will stay here again on my next visit.

Where do I start? This hotel, is the finest example of hospitality, I have ever experienced! The rooms are spacious, and stocked with all the essentials. The lobby is tastefully decorated, and with the cocktail bar, most inviting. Breakfast was outstanding, made to order omelets were sensational. The front desk was icing on the cake. All the employees, seemed to genuinely care about, the comfort, and wellbeing of the guests. Cudos to Antonio, a true representative of this facility. I would like to thank the General Manager, for her caring attitude, and pride in service.

Wow! What a great hotel! The room was beautiful and modern. The tv was huge! The shower had extra jets! We loved this hotel! Breakfast was a cooked to order omelet bar. Very nice! Close to lots of restaurants, some in the parking lot!

There is a reason that this is my favorite hotel! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean. The bar is always stocked and they have a great bartender. The pool is always clean and refreshing. The breakfast is the best i have had at a hotel!

Hotel was nice, but there is an odd, strong smell upon entering the hotel and worse on our floor and noticeable in our room. Hard to describe. Room was nice but bed was so soft that we both woke up numerous times during the night with back pain. Breakfast was good and has numerous choices and made to order omelets; better than most hotels.

Usually I start reviews with the good things, but there literally aren't any! Upon arrival there was no-one at the front desk. The bar tender could see us but ignored us. When I asked him about the front desk clerk he said "guess she is helping other guests". Hmm.... So literally 10 minutes later she saunters up with the attitude literally dripping from her face that she was not pleased to be on her feet and talking to us. She checked us in and gave us the key - not one word of apology, not one word about where the elevators were, not one word about breakfast the next morning - total silence and attitude. The hall way had a strange smell that I can only describe as the sweet acrid odor that comes from cattle. The room was musty and moldy and only because my daughter insisted, we did not change rooms. Despite running the A/C fan all night the smell never got any better. I am amazed we are not sick. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, just the vent on the ceiling, which when I used the facilities in the middle of the night was filling out bathroom with cigarette smoke from our neighbors. Even though the A/C fan was on we could still hear large amounts of freeway noise even through the double glazed windows. On to checkout. Again, no one at the desk, and a line of customers waiting, and by the look of it they had been waiting a while. We loaded bags in the truck, came back in - still no one, had a quick bit of breakfast (which was terrible) still no one. We waited a bit and were on the verge of leaving when another uncommunicative clerk arrived and slowly process everyone to check out. When I told her how bad the room was she just shrugged her shoulders. Avoid this establishment!!

The room and accomodations were great. The check-in process was a breeze because they allowed the express check-in. Check-out not so much. They should allow the same for Check-out. Also, they just need to make sure there is enough supplies for everyone to use, not just one person.

This hotel is wonderful! Very conveniently located to the University of North Texas. Clean comfortable rooms and a great staff. We have stayed here several times in the past and will return again. Thank you BW!

It was really nice to have fresh fruit at breakfast, rather than the frozen kind of that most hotels provide. The staff was helpful, and got me some Diet Coke's from the bar when they were out in the little “convenience store”. I appreciated that

We stayed at Best Western Premier Crown Chase Inn & Suites for business. "Best" Western overbooked - so they decided to kick us out of the hotel on the FALSE claim that we had not reserved the room for that night. This was an outright LIE. They did the same to SOME of our colleagues. Why only some? Why not all 15 rooms reserved for the same 6 day-event? Why did BW not check all other reservations for this event and think twice before kicking some of us out, and leaving others? They had plenty of info at their disposal to check and see if it was our mistake or their mistake. However - it seems we were in pretty good rooms and BW wanted their NEW guests to be able to enjoy these rooms. So, they booted us. At noon. On a Saturday. When we were all working. Did they call any of us to ask us to come pick up our stuff (even though we had reserved those rooms through that night)? No. What they did was remove ALL OF OUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS from our rooms, toss them into a laundry bin, or on a luggage cart, and wheel them into the laundry room. THEN, they called about 45 mins later to tell us what they did...AFTER the fact. We all had to find time to leave work in the middle of the most important day of the event, drive over to the hotel, make sure all our property was there, and REPACK in the hotel laundry room - with an employee present WATCHING us to make sure we didn't trash the place or steal anything. (BW apparently only cares about THEIR property and security, not that of guests. I believe that's the second core principle of hospitality services, ironically... comfort and security.) I know this sounds unbelievable, but it's all very true. And, this happened to more than just us - and BW denied any wrongdoing. BTW - a manager was not present when all this took place - and I believe ONLY A MANAGER can enter a guest's room and handle their belongings. Nice. Real nice, Best Western. You are now the WORST WESTERN in our books. Never again.

Great location. Sits directly across from a longhorn steakhouse that offers 10% discount for guests. Employees are extremely courteous and helpful. Short driving distance to tons of shopping. Would highly recommend.

Spent a very pleasant stay in a king suite room. Service excellent. Everything worked great in room especially the huge tv, maybe 65 inch, maybe larger. Breakfast had many choices, all looked good. Close to several chain restaurants so walking to dinner was easy. And a short drive to many more. Highly recommended.

We stay in Best Westerns when we travel. The breakfast was average. The check in and check out was with ease. The bar was a plus to sip a glass a wine before bed. The room was very clean and at a comfortable temp. The bed was the most comfortable we had encountered. The only negative is it seems they skipped making sure the walls was thick when constructing and therefore there is alot of noise from outside and from adjoining rooms.

From check in to check out this was one of the most pleasant stays I have had. EVERYONE connected to this property was not only helpful but but absolutely so friendly! I needed directions, no problem. I wanted to buy beverages, no problem. And, the breakfast food and staff were fabulous. (They did need another cook to fix omelets, wait time was way too long. 20+ minutes) However they were worth the wait. They were delicious!

Great hotel and I really couldn't have asked for more. The room was very nice and so was the staff. We had a tornado warning and went to an interior conference room where they provided us with refreshments while we waited out the storm. Overall a very good experience at the hotel and I would stay again.

Couldn't have hoped for better from such an affordable hotel. My husband and I will only be staying there when we come to Denton! Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, TV was huge, breakfast was delicious... Fabulous all around!!

Was so impressed with our stay at this Premier Best Western! . Our spacious king bed room with seating area was tastefully decorated & comfortable. Also had a wet bar, two ceiling fans and a super sized wall TV screen. The bathroom shower had multiple jets a tiled bench & plenty of hot water. Beautiful but small outdoor pool with waterfall feature, hot tub & fire ring. Breakfast was a step up from most hotels with a larger selection including fresh fruit salad & fresh baked cinnamon rolls! And was pleased that real plates, flatware & cloth napkins were used, keeping it eco friendly. Texas Roadhouse, Olive Garden & Red Lobster were a few steps away. The only downside was my drink that I ordered from the hotel lounge was very weak.

One of the best values in Denton TX. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are excellent. The breakfast is outstanding. The staff are very friendly and courteous. There are very few hotels that offer the experience this one offers. Close to restaurants and shopping so you don't have to travel far to find what you're looking for.

This hotel is a great hotel! Our room was very comfortable, and clean. Nice size TV in the room, as well as a ceiling fan. The staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast provided by the hotel was also very good, with plenty of items to choose from. Although it was too cold for the the pool and hot tub, it was a very beautiful area that everyone would enjoy. I would stay here again!

The room seemed to be recently remodeled. Very spacious and beautiful furnishings. The room was very quiet. I heard very little hall noise. Very comfortable bed. They just need some usb plugs in the room.

The hotel was nicely decorated. Room was clean, spacious and modern. TV was huge! Sleep was good with a quality bed and no neighbor noise. Did not get to use the fitness center or pool but both looked enticing. Nearby restaurants were convenient.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel, the expanse of the hotel breakfast provided, and the wonderful staff. Anthony, in particular, was helpful, kind and accommodating. Very professional! We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We booked our room on Priceline an hour before we arrived as we didn't know how far we were driving that night for our trip to Oklahoma. We were pleasantly surprised to see for nice the hotel was for such a great price! The staff was very friendly and helpful upon our arrival ... giving us dining suggestions as well as coupons for local restaurants. The room was extremely nice& the hotel appeared to be fairly new with large rooms and comfortable beds. I think it would be a great place to stay for an extended time as it had a large closet, refrigerator, cabinet area with microwave and nice coffee bar. It also had a full breakfast bar the next morning with chefs on staff ready to make your omelettes and pancakes! I was sorry that we only stayed one night. The location was great with lots of nice restaurants within walking distance and it was right off the interstate! I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area!!

This place was excellent, we really enjoyed ourselves. When we back in town, we going to stay again. Anthony at the front desk and Claudia checking out was awesome. Great crew!!! They serviced us well!

All the staff were exceptional. A surprise for sure. All my needs were attended to and then some. Really good experience for a first time Texas visitor. Great pillows too! The heater didn't work when we first arrived so they moved us to another room with the same issue. Turns out it wasn't plugged in! : ) Really great service!

We had 12 rooms for a wedding. The rooms were very clean and huge. Hotel staff was amazing, helping us during informal gatherings in the breakfast area throughout the day. Good chain restaurants within walking distance. Nice walking trail nearby. Highly recommend.

Stayed here a couple of nights to attend a wedding. I'm a disabled Vietnam veteran and a little challenged (walk with a cane) when comes to getting around. When making reservations I requested a zero step shower with a seat. Got exactly what I asked for. Moreover, the room and facility was extremely clean and well maintained with all expected aminities. Really good bar for evening social activities (reasonably priced) a great breakfast with chef prepared omelette bar, good variety of coffee, complementary of course and very courteous serving staff. I'm also diabetic and hit a blood sugar low one afternoon. Thought I was going to pass out. One of the front desk staff rushed to the kitchen that was closed at the time and got me a glass of orange juice, enabling me to recover. She declined a gratuity from me and just smiled and said she was glad to help. It is obvious the housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance and front desk staff all take great pride in how they treat the guests and perform their jobs. I will stay here again if I get the opportunity.

I am on the road 5-15 days per month, and my favorite trip is to the Best Western Premier in Denton. The rooms are consistently comfortable, well-appointed, and welcoming. Breakfast bar is great - made to order omelets!The staff is always courteous and cheerful. On my last visit [January 2019], Anthony Martin at the front desk went out of his way to accomodate my last minute request for an extension on my reservation. I strongly recommend this hotel.

We decided to stay here because they have an electric charging station for our car, but the charging station doesn't work consistently and no one knows how to fix it. We were told they were too busy to find anyone to fix it. We had included a note on our reservation asking that the charging station was operational. We were just there on a 3-day holiday weekend and on Saturday the breakfast was awful: at 8 am the orange juice dispenser was empty, the hot water was tepid, there was no fruit, there was only one tea bag, no oatmeal and only yogurt with fake sugar, we couldn't find anyone to ask to fix these things, when they finally brought out more fruit it was half a dozen grapes, some pineapple and canned peaches! The rooms are very nice, we just would like to see better attention paid to these other amenities. We visit Denton often and would stay here if these things were fixed.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were exceptional, large, and clean. Staff was very pleasant. Nice area near most attractions. Would highly recommend this chain to others. My only complaint was the breakfast was not very warm, but other than that we were very satisfied .

Stayed 12/22/18 Best Western Premier Crown, Denton, Tx We made reservations ahead of time for this hotel prior to traveling through that area. This turned out to be an incredible high quality hotel! We were so excited when we got to the room. The decor was awesome. Along with the room trash can, they had one for recycle! We are big on recycling. See photos attached. The pool and hot tub was outside so the kids were excited to try it out. The pool was quite chilly so they passed and did the hot tub! There was the most incredible breakfast set up in the morning! They even made custom entrees upon request. The multiple personnel tending there were very attentive and friendly. We will surely stay here again on our way back through that area! If you have an electric car, then this is a great place to stay so you can connect to the car charger too!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The accommodations were also excellent. The room was large, decor was beautiful, beds were comfortable. It is close to everything in Denton you'd like to see, and also close to the A-train station should you want to travel to Dallas during your stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're planning to stay in Denton, Texas.

I was duly impressed by overall comfort and cleanliness of this property. Front desk clerk Claudia was exceptionally kind and much appreciated. Though I was too tired from travel to partake in any of the amenities (breakfast, for example, which looked inviting) I will nonetheless visit again and am quite looking forward to having more time to enjoy the services offered by this wonderful location.

I was shocked at how great this hotel is! Wow the rooms are amazing and what a great value. It was quiet during my stay. The hotel comes with a free breakfast. Everything was new and clean. It's walking distance to Sally Beauty if you are there for a work trip to see them. Overall A+

I regularly travel to Denton and this is my favourite hotel in the area. I've tried a few others, but always come back here. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and large... very roomy. Great Fitness facilities Awesome breakfasts. All in all I can't beat this location, I'll be back there in a few months!

Best Western Premier has come a long way. Completely enjoyable, gorgeous and clean. Breakfast buffet was top notch and the pool with water feature was stunning. The HD television was a surprise in our room as was the ceiling fan. loved that.

Stayed here for a few nights at the end of November for my cousins wedding. The rate I paid for the room was so cheap for the room I got, it was a junior suite basically. Beautiful and spacious room! Breakfast included as well and the service was great. No complaints!

I stayed at the BW Premier on 2 occasions in October. Both stays were great. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room were large and very clean. There were ceiling fans in the rooms with large flat screen TVs. There are 2 reasons I didnt rate it a 5. First reason is the breakfast cook absolutely burned my omelette and was very rude. The second reason is that there are no utensils, plates or glasses in the room. Still though, I would definitely return.

My husband is working in Denton so we have been at the hotel for 2 months. I can't say enough good things about this hotel! The property itself is beautiful, modern and immaculate.. The staff goes above and beyond to truly make you feel welcome and appreciated at all times. Gina the sales manager is an absolutely delight. Em, Anthony, Sterling and Claudia at the front desk are all fantastic. The breakfast is a notch above most hotels. It includes a cooked-to-order egg station. Bryant and Raymar do an excellent job keeping things replenished and have nice smiles for me every morning. The rooms are very well appointed and housekeeping does a great job. The staff is the best I have ever encountered in any hotel and I travel a lot. I would highly recommend this property to anyone in the Denton area.

We stay at this hotel every year at Thanksgiving while visiting family, and enjoy it so much. The rooms are very nice, they're clean and the beds are so comfortable. And the rates are very competitive. I doubt we'd stay anywhere else.

This is an excellent place to stay, was our first stay, two minutes from Dr offices & close to lots of food. The room was very large, two queens, large tv & large bathroom. Staff was excellent. Breakfast buffet as excellent.

Hotel staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and well appointed. This is our second year staying at this hotel during UNT homecoming. Several members of my husband's fraternity also selected this hotel for the second year in a row. Parking is ample and the mall is nearby. We will return when we visit Denton again next year.

Hotel is located right off of I 35 so easy to get to. Room was clean and very comfortable. It came with a Kuerig, microwave and frig. Loved the curved shower curtain rod. Staff was friendly and professional

We tried this hotel once but we still prefer Hilton Garden Inn next door. It's a nice hotel but staff, breakfast & rooms aren't as good as Hilton Garden Inn. Somehow something is missing. Sad but true.

This is a beautiful property with huge, well appointed rooms, complete with fans, makeup mirror, nice linens and every amenity you could want. Breakfast was great; pleasant staff, made to order omelettes, served on ceramic plates not plastic. Registration and check out staff were very pleasant and helpful too. Great value! My only suggestion is that hallway floors could be cleaner.

This location is one of the best places I've stayed at. I travel for business and stay in a lot of different hotels through out the year I always enjoy staying at this Denton Best Western very courteous staff and location is near very good eating establishmet

Best Western Premier provides an excellent place to stay, it is very upscale with good price. The breakfast is the game changer, they have omlets that they make for you invidually. All of the staff are very friendly and want to make sure that you are pleased with your stay.

The rooms are large, ceilings high, tv super, and the shower spacious. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the breakfast is tasty. The location is great and easy access to the highway. The only downside is room noise on first floor. With traffic, moving items on a tile floor and thin doors, I would avoid those rooms due to excessive noise.

I have stayed here 10+ times, and the hotel is clean, beautiful, and in a perfect location. I would highly recommend it! The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is wonderful, as is the outdoor firepit. Breakfast is delicious too.

Friendly staff. Lovely big room. Some bottles of water would have been good. Comfortable beds. Huge bathroom but no bath. Only let down was breakfast. Very basic and items were slow to be refreshed. It's of dining options within walking distance

I stayed three nights for an event held in the hotel. Room was huge, very well lit, comfy L shaped couch, nice sized mini-fridge (actually had several shelves) and microwave. Keurig coffee pot. Shower was large and luxurious. The event staff was over the top - warm, friendly, helpful. Rooms were amazingly clean - no off smells. The thermostat actually controlled the temperature in the room (unlike many places I've stayed recently). Breakfast was great. Omelet cook was a little slow, but the results were worth it. I eat gluten free and had many options for a full breakfast. I'll be back!

After my flight was 3 hours delayed and I was extremely exhausted, the staff was understanding and very happy. This started my days out on a great note as I prepared for my meetings. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was beautiful. I will definitely stay here in the future.

What can I said, SMILE'S, SMILE, SMILES everywhere from staff. Starting at the front desk all the way to the cleaning department. Continental Breakfast is one of the best things in the hotel. A lot of variety and the Omelette= WOW ??

I stayed here for a wedding. This place was pretty nice for a Best Western. The room was very large and accommodating; so large that we were able to have roughly 12 people in our room hanging out comfortably. The bathroom was very spacious and nice. The TV had limited cable channels but was very large, much larger than the average hotel room television. And all rooms had a mini-fridge and microwave. With that said, none of the rooms had a nice view. The hotel is in the middle of a parking lot next to a Texas Roadhouse and Mexican food restaurant. They had an unimpressive lobby bar we never visited. All in all, the room served its purpose as a one-night stay for a wedding weekend and we were happy with what we got.

I stay in hotels an average of 10 nights per month, primarily in Texas and Louisiana. This is my first stay at this BW Premier. I am typically a Hilton or casino/resort customer when I come visit my son in school at UT Dallas or on business with my company. But enough about me, you need to stay here. Pros: Value - best price vs amenities/quality. No doubt about this! Room - brand new, comfy bed, huge room, amazing bathroom/shower, biggest TV and most channels I have seen in this class. Clean, comfortable and had everything I could need or want. Check in/out - quick, friendly and smooth as silk. Food/Drink - free drink coupon for Gold Elite status and the bartender (who did double duty at the front desk) made a perfect Long Island Iced Tea - better than many I've had made by a full-time bartender. Bar was well stocked and the snack store had a wide variety of items for sale. Breakfast - best selection I have seen and ready to go at 6am as promised. Includes a fresh create your own omelet and burrito stations, again, unheard of at this price point. Plenty of no/low carb options as well as potatoes, biscuits and gravy, pancake machines and waffle machine. Fitness center had all equipment that I needed and even the ubiquitous tiny pool area was designed to look like a resort pool with rock features and waterfall. Cons (I am reaching here!) Bathroom sink (which was beautiful) was very slow to drain. Bathroom door was off level and did not want to stay open. Had to bunch the rug up to air out the steam from the (amazing) shower. Office chair would not stay elevated. I often work in my room and that was a real problem for me. From the time I called the front desk, I had a brand new chair in under 10 minutes. Overall, unless I stumble across something better, which I doubt, I will be driving 30 minutes past Richardson just to stay here when visiting UTD or in town for business. Best Western nailed this one!

I have never heard of Best Western Premier, but was I wonderfully surprised! My husband booked this room for us on a road trip home. This hotel was one of the best we stayed at through our travels! Beautiful lobby, gorgeous pool, pristinely clean room. This is also the first hotel that had adequate lighting in the room. There was an actual light and ceiling fan in the middle of the room. -Seems that most hotels just throw up a few lamps on either side of the bed(s). Very quiet room, was not woken up by slamming doors all night. Would stay here again!

This hotel is top notch guys! The pool is the most amazing it has waterfalls it's great! And the breakfast is superb! The kids all absolutely loved this hotel and the hubby is a really big hotel snob but he was in love with the place so we will definently recommend to others! Super helpful front desk woman she was the cutest thing!

We love this hotel because it is always clean and comfortable. The service is outstanding. The bar area is very nice and a great place to relax overlooking the pool. They have a delicious FREE breakfast. We love the pool. It is a rock pool with waterfalls. One of the best hotel pools I've seen!

I had a business meeting in Denton and found myself staying 1 night at the BW Premier. I'd never stayed at a Premier and one of my colleagues talked it up that it would be a nicer BW with a bar and a more modern feel. When I arrived, it was everything the colleague said. It was bustling for being late and outside of Dallas. I arrived in my huge room - it was really a suite - with a kitchenette, couch and fridge and on the way opposite side of the room was the bed and TV. I was excited! I'd never stayed in such a big BW room before. I started getting my things ready for my meeting the next day. And then - it happened. The bathmat was hanging over the shower door and I pulled it down and noticed, out of the corner of my eye something orange flying across the room, hit the vanity and land with a loud "click." Subconsciously I knew what it was but the screaming didn't start until I was eye to eye with a superfat cockroach. We were both trapped in the bathroom and it ran towards me then stopped. I grabbed a towel, threw it on the cockroach and ran to the bed and hid. I left the towel in front of the bathroom door all night and had the worst sleep because I would wake up and think I was being attacked by a cockroach. When I checked out, I told the front desk and the receptionist generally looked concerned. I can't even tell you about the breakfast or anything else because all I can think about when I think of Denton is a fat cockroach.

I loved the location. It's close to a mall. It has 4 restaurants within walking distance. Olive Garden, On the Border, Texas Road House And Red Lobster. The hotel also has a bar located in it. The pool area is beautiful with a hot tub and fire pit. The rooms were clean and updated. The room I stayed in had a ceiling fan.

I checked in online the day before my arrival. Upon checkout, I was charged double - for the online check in and the in-person check in. The hotel manager was unable to remove the extra charge from my credit card. It is not Saturday and I have been on hold with Customer Relations who cannot resolve the issue. I am being told it is a "temporary charge" and will eventually fall off my credit card statement. This is unacceptable. Does this mean I now have to monitor my credit card account to ensure this charge eventually "falls off?" When I spoke with Customer Relations, they asked for PROOF of the double charge. So, I had to take a screenshot and email and waiting to hear from them. I jumped through all their hoops and spent way too much time on this. Waiting to hear from them....

This hotel is top notch place to stay. It is a great bang for your buck. The staff, Casey, Matt, M, Joe, and the rest are a pleasure to deal with. The breakfast is Outstanding. It has a great selection with a couple changes each day. So it is not the same old same old every morning. It has a Texas Roadhouse, Olive Garden, and an On The Border with in a minute walk for lunch and dinner. It is also a short drive to a bunch of other places to eat. Highly recommend this hotel.

We were here for 2 nights. Check in was fast, efficient and friendly with Claudia. All staff was cordial. 2 elevators that worked great. Pool area was clean and appealing. Room was clean and I liked the lay out of the double queen room. Comfortable bed. Big closet. Storage for snacks. The big plus for me was the ceiling fan. Nice to have air circulation. Could hear people in hallway but if a/c and TV on that took care of that. Good breakfast, had a great omelette. Several restaurants within a very short walk. Great shopping within a few miles. I will definitely stay here again.

The room was pleasant. I did not appreciate the nightly surcharge automatically added to my room for the ecostay. I had to request that the charge be removed and the front desk did comply. I wonder how many people do not realize the charge is optional (although automatically added to your bill). If you want me to give to your environmental activism, please just ask. But don't automatically add it to my bill and force me to identify it and then request it's removal.

If you are anywhere near Denton, Texas, make this your hotel. The large rooms are beautifully appointed with HD television, comfy beds and large modern bathroom. The pool area was amazing. It included a gas fire pit, hot tub and pool with waterfall and splash fountain. Breakfast was outstanding. They offered made to order omelets, eggs, pancakes, cereals, muffins, breads, juice and four types of coffee. The breakfast staff were jewels in the crown of this hotel. The entire staff was welcoming and wanted to make sure the stay was pleasurable. If I could rate it more than 5 stars, I would.

Great place to stay nice pool hot tub fire pit grill for the guest full bar very clean and comfortable great bunch of people working at this hotel I will definitely be back to this location. Texas road house and red lobster just across the parking lot and a Walmart, target and mall just a couple blocks away...will not find a better hotel in this town..

The whole staff was helpful and friendly. They made sure we had all the things we needed when we needed them. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Pleasant experience. I could have invited a few family members in to visit. This room was spacious and comfortable. Good for relaxing on sofa to read or chat. Room was quiet for an afternoon nap. Loved it!

This is a fabulous hotel. Best overall hotel we stayed in during our three week "Go West" road trip. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and made us feel appreciated. The room was beautiful, the air conditioning quiet, the bed comfy and the ceiling fans a real plus! The breakfast was excellent and there were many great choices. We used the guest laundry which was clean as were the washers and dryers. Also great location just steps away from both On The Border and Texas Roadhouse. We will be back and will now definitely seek out other Premier Best Westerns in other cities!

The room was clean and tidy and the amenities were great. My only issue was that the AC unit quit working. I told the desk clerk that our AC stopped working sometime between when we checked in and when we got back after a wedding. The room was quite warm compared to the hallway.

Nice place , rooms clean and comfortable. Everyone very friendly and helpful . Breakfast includes make to order omelets or eggs. The other items were the standard cereals, make your own waffle, eggs , fresh eggs and bacon. Very nice place . I would stay again.

After a long drive, we was greeted by Matthew. He was extremely pleasant and friendly. He went out of his way to help us. The hotel is awesome. I strongly recommend staying there. Btw, breakfast was really good.

I have had the best experience with the desk clerk Matthew. When we were planning to make Easter eggs but didn't have anything to cook in Matthew found us a bowl for boiling water. Matthew made our family gathering and stay at the hotel very nice. Thank you.

This is an absolutely beautiful property. We were warmly greeted and in our room in no time. The breakfast buffet with made to order omelette was great. The staff was wonderful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and worry-free.

This hotel is fantastic! Most importantly it is very clean, has a friendly staff & great amenities! We have stayed here several times and have always had an enjoyable stay. From check-in to check-out the staff are very accommodating. Breakfast is always a treat, everything is delicious and fresh and the made to order omelets are perfect everytime.The pool is lovely with a waterfall feature that disguises the fact that you are right off the highway. Location is very convenient and easy to get to as well. The jacuzzi is always hot, even in February. We love the pool area, especially the new outdoor fire pit they put in and the outdoor bar window comes in handy. The bar in the lobby was very convenient and even offers some food options. Rooms are super spacious with ample space in the sitting section of the room to relax and visit with our UNT kiddo. Beds and pillows are top notch, our TV was humungous which we loved, and the shower is like a spa! Plenty of great dining options within a stone's throw from the hotel, however, we usually opt for something on the square!

Not only is the hotel a great facility, but the staff were outstanding in every way. Stayed here on our recent road trip. Great food at the breakfast buffett. Very clean an modern facility. Would recommend this, as the rates were reasonable, the location excellent, and overall a PREMIER facility.

It had been 7-years since I stayed at a Best Western and it was in Pierre, SD. It was a good hotel. My recent stay was the Best Western Premier in Denton, TX, and I was shocked in a good way at the Quality of the Premier Hotel. As good as any I've stayed.

The staff at the Best Western Crown Chase in Denton were awesome. Brooke Thomas worked with us from beginning to end to make sure our rehearsal dinner event was great - with an awesome staff working the event. They really loved our Star Wars theme as well! We and our guests also stayed at the hotel, which was also great!

We need a large block of rooms for wedding guests, including handicap rooms. Rates were very competitive. Rooms were large and comfortable. Service was polite and prompt. Included breakfast was great too. Location made hotel highly accessible. Everyone was very happy with their experience.

My wife and I stayed here for a quick trip to North Texas. We arrived on Friday the 12th and our room was ready as soon as we arrived and exceeded our expectations. It was very clean , had extra linens and appears to have been redone recently. We had breakfast on Saturday and Sunday here which had a great variety and choices, My wife had an omelet at their omelet bar which she said was cooked to perfection. We had a drink in the bar on Saturday and the bartender was helpful and gave quick service. We travel a lot for fun and this is a place I will insist our family and friends stay at when traveling to the Denton area.

If I could give this hotel 10 stars out of 5, I would. I have been a steadfast consumer of another hotel loyalty program, but will no longer choose their hotel. I was very impressed walking into this BW. To begin with, the room was extremely clean with a large seating area, including a sectional and chaise lounge. There are ceiling fans above the bed and the seating area. The bathroom had the feeling of an upscale spa and when I showered, I was reluctant to get out of the shower. There were massage jets that were incredibly soothing. Although it was too cold to use the pool, it was an extremely attractive area that would rival any resort. The breakfast buffet is free and had made to order omelettes with all of the other breakfast fare. It was DELICIOUS and fresh. The staff members were welcoming, helpful and friendly. I have stayed at numerous upscale chains, boutique hotels, etc, and this hotel surpassed them all in quality and price.

I was in Denton on business and I stayed here. This hotel far exceeded what I expected. The entrance is very nice with a bar and breakfast area beyond the front counter. Behind that, outside was a great outdoor pool and hot tub with a rock water fall. The rooms were updated, comfortable beds, and very clean. Breakfast is average to good but I applaud them having a large variety of food. My only suggestion would be to have a food menu with the bar. The bartender said they only do a fried bar snack that comes frozen before preparing and did not recommend it. Overall though great experience and would stay again.

Roomy suite, modern, clean, great lights, comfy bed, awesome shower. Love the premier line! We were part of a wedding group and while I knew the hotel was new, I was expecting a plane boring basic room with that awful low-voltage lighting. Not the case!

Wow, BW has definitely stepped up their game with this wonderful location. From arrival the staff was warm and welcoming, ready to assist in any way. A touch of class has been added throughout. The room was extremely clean and larger than expected. The lounge is another nice addition to this establishment. Situated near many dining, shopping and eating establishments. I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely return.

I stay here every time i am in town to visit family. Excellent service and breakfast, Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location and close to many stores and restaurants. Rooms are comfortable with plenty of space.

This is a lovely, hotel with comfort and Southern hospitality. Conveniently located near a huge medical Center, 2 Universities, & on the main Freeway between Dallas and Fort Worth . 4 Restaurants with in walking distance, and very close to a main shopping hub.

We enjoyed the nice hotel rooms and decor, the fun hot tub/fire pit area, and the good hot breakfast. The location was just right for us - we needed to be between Denton and Lewisville. One of the rooms had a really huge wall-mounted tv.

We enjoyed our stay at BW Premier. We will definitely stay there again. They have a very good breakfast. The omelette were made to order and they were thumbs up. The hotel is beautiful especially the pool area.

Modern hotel with all the amenities you need. Clean, good size rooms with small wet bar, fridge and Keurig. Room was comfortable and one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. Better than some of the well known brands. Nice breakfast with a nice variety and selection. Friendly and helpful staff. A variety of restaurants located within walking distance, well lit. Would highly recommend for business or pleasure.

Love this hotel!! I have never been treated better and the breakfast is awesome!! The suites are wonderful and the staff is great! I have stayed here several times but have yet to try out the pool, hot tub,or fitness center. Guess I will have to visit again!!

We had our daughter's reception at this hotel and it was a beautiful moment to remember forever. The staff were very helpful and available. We stayed two nights in the hotel and it was very relaxing. The environment in the hotel is beautiful and relaxing. There was many choices at breakfast from omelets, cinammon rolls, etc. We would recommend anyone to stay and to use their event room for meetings or special occassions. .

We recently stayed overnight at the Best Western Premier Crown Chase Inn & Suites just off I-35 and found this to be a good hotel just south of Denton. Reservation was made on booking.com around a week prior to our visit. Email confirmation was received shortly afterwards. Checkin was quick and smooth upon arrival and we were in our suite within 10 minutes. Location of this hotel is pretty good if you want to be near Denton. There are restaurants within short distance from the hotel. Free breakfast is provided, which we found to be pretty good. Breakfast area and lobby are nice and service was polite. Our suite was decent. Bedroom was nice and queen size bed very comfortable. There is kitchenette space with microwave, coffee & tea facility and sink. Bathroom was spacious and came with toiletries and good shower. Living room was spacious with sofa and two bar stool like seats. The sofa was dated and not comfortable to sit on. It further served as a fold out bed, which was similarly uncomfortable. The springs were very soft and the mattress thin and tired. Unfortunately, woke up with a rather sore back after sleeping on the sofa bed. Room came with working A/C, good wifi service and two TVs with plenty of cable channels. In the end, we liked the room at the BW Premiere hotel even if the sofa should probably be replaced. The location and property itself are pretty good and we'd consider staying here again if passing through the area and needing a hotel for the night.

This is the first time I've stayed at a Best Western Premier as opposed to a Best Western or Best Western Plush, and it was definitely on par with some of the higher branded hotels that I've stayed in.

This hotel was a very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly. The hot breakfast was excellent, especially the made to order omelettes. The rooms were very roomy and most comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroooms were spacious and updated. It was a very good experience.

Gracious Hotel staff, exceptional rooms with 60" flat screen TVs for the sports enthusiast. The free breakfast features a request grill with Omelettes to order and a wide variety of breakfast offerings which include scrambled eggs and a meat item (bacon, sausage links/patties) as well as cereals, fruit and yogurt. The beds and pillows are quite comfortable as is the sofa and the desk chair. The fitness room has free weights as well as cycles . Dinner offerings there at the bar are not all that. You're better off eating out.

My daughter and all the wedding guests we booked were so happy. Thanks to all who provide excellent service! Brooke helped me set up rooms for our eclectic family. All left awed by the quality of rooms and service all around!

Very nice large room with modern decor including ceramic tile entry way, ceiling fan, mounted wall TV and many other upgrades. Beautiful outdoor pool with waterfall and hot tub. Full bar and full break buffet with omelet station. Good selection of restaurants in walking distance. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Denton, Texas.

We stayed at this hotel because it was highly rated. The room was really nice and breakfast good. However...the WIFI was awful on the fourth floor. The night crew rebooted it and it helped for a short period of time. The next day I talked with the manager and I feel certain nothing will be done to fix the problem!

Everything was wonderful except the fitness center could use some free weights and a working treadmill. Also the pool and hot tub area needs some music as well. The beds were amazing and the staff were the best staff I have had lately! A overall wonderful stay!

Not sure if it is every room or just ours but there were two ceiling fans! Very pretty hotel. We were there for UNT parent weekend. Nice location to the university. Nice breakfast and hot coffee. Great choice!

Stayed here 2 nights last weekend while visiting UNT. Newly remodeled, friendly staff, clean rooms- lovely! Close to UNT and right off I-35E. 35 minutes from downtown Dallas and DFW airport. I would definitely stay here again.

Great rooms, very clean and good value, staff very attentive. The hotel sits between a Courtyard and a Garden Inn so it has to be competive. I have stayed in all three in this location and it is very competive at a better price.

I would highly recommend staying at Best Western Premier. The stay in Denton Texas was excellent from start to finish. Every need for amenities in rooms was met with great quality. The staff was awesome! Breakfast nice and easy access to restaurants and shopping.

Because of the veterans rate I was able to stay in the same hotel as my daughter who was there on business. The room was spacious and the whole staff was very courteous. There was a good variety of choices for breakfast.

I would never think a Best Western would be this nice. The room was amazing, from the bed, to the space, to the shower. It was all new and very comfortable. My only complaints are that the breakfast was bland at best. Also, the doors to the rooms slam really hard and loud, which woke me up several times throughout the night and early morning.

This hotel iis up to date, has a lounge, outdoor pool and gym. The breakfast is standard hotel fare but the rooms are nice. The staff is friendy and helppful. It is located near the Mall and there are lot of restaurants in the vicnity to choose from.

Met with family in the Denton area. Room I had was a suite with a nice comfy bed. King room suite did not have bath tub but not a problem for me as I prefer a shower. Breakfast was depleted when we came thru, but staff was working to bring more food quickly.

I enjoyed the stay. The room was very nice except for a couple tiny aesthetics which are more on me than the hotel. The breakfast was kept stocked and clean, even the waffle making area!! The beds were comfy and the halls were quiet. Ideal place to walk to eat with 4 different restaurants in area.

I had to stay in Denton for three days, due to an event at the university (UNT). I needed a quiet room in a quiet location (away from the elevator and high-traffic areas), since I would be working in my room during my stay. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was very professional and helpful, and the manager of the property even pitched in to find just the right location for my stay. The room was quite large, probably larger than I needed, but very, very comfortable. I used the gym, which was small but sufficient for my needs. I ate breakfast, which was wonderful. There was a variety of options, and everything was fresh and yummy. I ordered a cocktail at the bar one evening, and the bartender couldn't have been nicer. The staff of this hotel is really exceptional! Overall, my stay was wondeful, and I have made reservations to stay there again in September.

Second time we have stayed here and it did not disappoint. Taking a freshman to college at UNT. Location has plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Room is clean and staff is friendly. Nice little bar in lobby with a decent breakfast

This hotel is very modern, the rooms are huge and the staff was there to please. The location is right off the highway and easy to get to. The rooms have double queen beds with a sitting room with a pull out sofa bed. The staff was nice enough to allow me to use on of the small conference rooms while was there for an hour.

Hotel was very clean and friendly staff. It was located very close to tons of places to eat and shop. My room was quiet and the beds very comfortable. I recommended this hotel to other people the very next weekend.

We are relocating to the Denton area and have stayed at a few different hotels in the area while looking at houses and this has been our favorite by far. We have a 5 year old and 2.5 year old twins and booked based on pictures of the pool. We weren't disappointed! There's a splash pad/waterfall that was perfect for my younger kids and the pool was great for all of us to play in. There's tables around it where food/drinks can be ordered from the restaurant. Tables fill quickly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and we will definitely stay again!

This hotel was the best I've stayed in the last several year (I travel a lot). The property is beautiful, All of the staff were great (front desk, housekeeping, bar), I lacked for nothing, The rooms were very nice and the bed so comfy. The room had everything you needed, was quiet and dark at night. The property has 4 good restaurant in the same parking lot. Within walking distance are shops, more eating places, mall and a discount theatre. I'll be back to stay again.

Great Staff - Accommodations - Employee's professional, helpful, cheerful. We would stay there again and recommend the Best Western to family and friends. This hotel is close many restaurants and near the HWY. The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the bar.

This is a really nice Best Western property. The breakfast is great and is included in your room price. The staff was very helpful when we couldn't decide on a place for dinner. They jumped right in and offered suggestions. One of the staff members that suggested a place for dinner. The next morning at breakfast she asked me where we decided to go.

My daughter and I stayed just one night at this hotel while we were in Denton visiting UNT. The room we got was very clean and well done. I love the fact that they had ceiling fans. That is something that I have never seen before but really appreciate. The breakfast in the morning had a great selection of food. It was hot and fresh and we really enjoyed the two flavors of waffles. The only two hiccups that we encountered were some extremely noisy people above us who jumped around like crazy and could occasionally hear them yelling, and a convertible couch bed missing two springs at the end of the bed which made the mattress collapse at the foot of the bed. It was late when we realize this and my daughter was tired so we did not worry about it but we were sure to let the front desk know in the morning and they did apologize. I would definitely stay at this hotel again it was easy to get to and has a good selection of nice restaurants around it.

Stayed at this property last weekend. Amazing staff! Needed to check in early for our little ones to nap before a big wedding. The staff was able to accommodate us without any problems! Rooms are very spacious and clean. Definitely would recommend this hotel for your stay!

I had booked this site through my company website, which turned out to use a "popular" 3rd party site. When we arrived, our reservation was not correct. The front desk personnel took care of us with our hesitation. We got the room we thought we had booked and with a better rate. Kim at the front desk was wonderful at taking care of this. She always went above and beyond. The entire staff was great and the room like no other. Would diffidently stay here again.

The Best Western Premier in Denton, TX is an awesome hotel! It is in a very convenient location (Store, restaurants, etc.) with necessary things close by. The hotel itself if beautiful. The rooms are well designed and furnished. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This is a great hotel for Denton. Walking distance to 4 restaurants. They have great amenities. Would even be a great staycation. Has a great breakfast buffet, drinks in the evening, and a beautiful pool. The service is wonderful as well.

Very nice hotel, the rooms are sparkling clean and very well appointed. What you would expect from a much more high-end hotel. The beds are very comfortable and the maid service excellent. The breakfast bar had omelets made to order and your typical warm buffet. Nice. The overall service at the hotel was very good and friendly. The pool was not maintained to the clarity that it should be and the place allowed guest to get too noisy well into the night. This is the reason it gets only four stars. Otherwise it would be a five star hotel. I would definitely stay here again (at the end of the hallway).

This hotel smelled amazing !! It was so clean and the rooms were very nice. The staff was very nice and accommodating to our very large group ! The food at breakfast was very good and they served later that what most hotels do. The management ! They were very nice ! EVen let us stay in the pool later that closing. The girl at the bar , I think her name was Em! She was the best!! I have stayed at 5 start hotels that were not as nice as this hotel..Good job!!

I was very impressed with Best Western Premier. The photos posted on the web were awesome and once you saw the place in person it was SUPER AWESOME! Great staff, great decor, very clean and modern. Home away from home. I enjoyed my stay! I have already recommended this hotel to family.

I have to admitted when a colleague of mine told me that he had book us at the Best Western I was disappointed. He told me to wait and I will see, wow was he correct. The room is huge with its own seating / meeting area which is very convenient to have team meetings in. The bed is super comfortable, and my favorite is that the AC gets nice in cold. The staff was top rate you got to go to the bar and say hi to Em she will take good care of you. The breakfast is not the usual mystery eggs affair, there is fresh fruit, waffle & omelet station, and fresh biscuits and gravy. This hotel makes me rethink of what I though of BW hotels.

Blocked rooms at this hotel for convenience. The venue for our daughter's wedding was 20 minute drive from hotel. Excellent service - didn't worry about lodging so all energy went in to preparing for a beautiful wedding. Staff was very helpful for us and our family and guests.

Can't say enough good things about this hotel. Spacious and clean rooms/bathrooms, breakfast with many choices (the standards plus waffles, hash browns, breakfast potatoes, biscuits/gravy, and made to order omelets). Beautiful pool and the workout room has more equipment than just a treadmill! There are also several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and many more within a short driving distance...as well as shopping. Highly recommend.

Great room. Wonderful breakfast! Polite and efficient service. I loved the swimming pool w the waterfall and hot tub. The pool was clean, cool, and refreshing. The workout area was clean and the equipment was very new and high quality.

This hotel is so great. The rooms are over and above your normal hotel room. Ceiling fans, great walk-in shower with extra spray nozzles, microwave, frig, LARGE flat-screen tv - you name it. Love this place. And the free breakfast has so many items to choose from - not your ordinary free continental breakfast. Try it out - you will love it!

The rooms are large, clean, very nicely appointed, there is a large screen, high resolution TV, a large shower that includes horizontal spray jets, a large couch with a lounge extension. The breakfast is great, it includes an egg/omelet station. The work out room has good equipment and the pool has a large waterfall. There was a lighted makeup mirror in the bathroom, which is a nice touch. The beds are very comfortable.

This will be our Denton home away from home, what a great stay we had in every way, do wish that the lounge and pool areas did start open later on the weekends though. But that is really the only negative thing I would have to say, from the staff to the room itself this was a wonderful place.

I travel to the area often for business and have stayed at several hotels in Denton. The Best Western Premier is by far my favorite. I had a bad first impression of the property a couple of years ago and had written them off. I finally gave them a second chance this year and now regret having not done so earlier. The location is very convenient. The rooms are large, well decorated and comfortable. The property is quiet, well kept and aesthetically pleasing. Great breakfast and best of all, the staff is top notch!

This hotel was moderately priced in an excellent location. The room was decorated with a modern touch and super clean. Our double queen room was spacious. I love that I could request items via text system and requests were honored without a long wait time. This is our Denton hotel of choice. We love this hotel!

We stayed at this wonderful hotel when visiting our god daughter in Denton. Their personnel was very accommodating, the rooms were big and beautiful, the fitness center was perfect and the pool...was outstanding. The pool had a waterfall for the kids to play in and was fun for my wife and I. We received the free breakfast and I would rate it pretty normal, like most free breakfasts are. The front desk guided us to a walking trail that gave us a good safe workout in the hot Texas sunshine !! Great stay here.

I'd had an emergency at my house in the late hours, so I found myself checking in to this hotel at 1am. I picked it because it was close to my work, it was a Best Western (which I like), and it was reasonably priced ($110, but $127 after taxes and fees). Upon arrival, the front desk clerk, John, was very nice and helpful. I got to my room and was impressed! The room was set up in that you had a living room area and a bedroom area, separated by a little bit of a partitioned wall. There was a nice large, flat screen tv that could be seen and enjoyed from both areas. There was plenty of drawer and cabinet space for my belongings, too. The bathroom was nice, well lit, and the shower was great! The shower was walk-in (no bathtub), had great water pressure, and had body jets on the wall. The bed and pillows were clean, comfortable, and I slept great. The thing I loved the most about this room is that there were two ceiling fans!!! I've never seen that in a hotel room before, but I loved it and for me it made the room more comfortable to sleep in. I enjoyed the breakfast the next morning and it provided a variety of items including made-to-order omelets, hot items (scrambled eggs, bacon, gravy, biscuits), cold items (dry cereal, muffins), juice, coffee, and water. While I did not use the pool, I did admire the area and waterfall while eating breakfast and it appeared to be very nice. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family and if I need to stay here again, I absolutely would!

The Front Desk was exceptional! They delivered to our needs way beyond what was expected. The room were very clean. The girls loved the pool and gym. The hotel was at a very convenient location.... easy to get to.

My hotel of choice in Denton is now the Best Western Premiere. Evan the bartender is a national treasure. Makes the best drinks. Amazing attn to detail. Has two Margaritas. One for guys and one for gals. Normally he has about 6 people come through the bar. I saw him serve 30 people for over 3 hours without any problem at all...And this is alone. Great room, great staff, and great bar...what more could you want?

Stayed one night, then noticed itchy bites on shoulder after taking a nap. I became concerned and did a complete bed inspection and found the telltale signs of bed bugs. Found clusters of eggs under the headboard, I found old popcorn shrimp between the bed and box springs. Wasn't offered a refund I was offered another room however that room was infested. I have stayed in hotels all over Europe, and across this country and this is my first encounter. I am a healthcare provider, I know what to look for. I demanded the manager find me a room she sent me on a scavenger hunt to another hotel and the quoted price was wrong. I made my own calls and have secured a clean bug free room at a lower rate. The person who booked this block of rooms for the conference has been notified. Check your rooms before you unpack and look in corners, this nice looking hotel is not kept clean

We have stayed here before and always enjoy this location. It is conveniently located to everything you would need (Starbucks, Mall, Target, Home Depot, Wal-Mart) but yet in an easy-to-get-to area. The rooms are spacious, staff very friendly and a wonderful breakfast with made-to-order omelets. We plan to stay here again.

the breakfast there was the worst I've ever experienced at a hotel. They had one lady working breakfast who couldn't keep up with all of it. She was expected to clean tables, replenish food, and make made to order eggs. We couldn't order eggs because she was never available. Food was running out and the tables were dirty. The quality of food wasn't the best. I definitely expected more for what we paid, but even then, I've paid half of what we did here and had a better breakfast experience. The hotel looks great! I was excited when I arrived, but disappointed to find a dirty or stained pillow on my bed and something brown smeared on the sleeper sofa in our suite.

We stopped here for a single night after staying at the Gaylord for a week. We picked this place based on other reviews and it didn't disappoint. From check in to check out, it was an excellent experience. They accommodated a very early check in. The venue is super modern in a boutique hotel sort of way. A lot of stainless steel, chrome and tile. The room was great. A sorta suite with a lot of living area as well as the sleeping area. The TV was huge. A Smart TV that a lot of other venues haven't caught up with yet. Nice move for a really inexpensive place to stay. If there was one oddity it would be the set up of the bathroom. Kind of weird. While a nice and modern bathroom, it's odd to have to close one door to open the shower door. This aside, we loved it.

If you want a place to stay where you feel safe, pampered by the extras in the room and breakfasts, and price then you need to pick this hotel!!! The location close to the freeway was excellent. The quietness in the room was great. Having four very nice restaurants within walking distance was an added plus.

It is always a home away from home!! They take care of every need in a cheerful way. Room is always perfect!! The bed is amazingly comfortable and I always sleep well here. They make made-to-order omelets for breakfast--what is not to like about that!!

Everything about this hotel was 5+ stars. Rooms were elegant and beautiful. Beds very confortable. Breakfast was very good and fresh, staff always refilling and helping guest with any breakfast needs. Beautiful pool area and work out room. Every staff member that we came in contact with greeted us and thanked us for our stay. Traveled for business for many years, one of the best hotels I've stayed in. We quickly called to find out they had anon smoking room with 2 queen beds. The room smelled fresh. It looked to be In good . When we arrived, the girl at the reservations desk was polite and went over important rules for the hotel. She explained that a full breakfast from 7 am to 9 am. The area looked comfortable and clean. A waterfall Picture with moving water fall the room a peaceful feeling. The room itself was clean. The beds were comftorable. The sheets were soft Egyptian threads . Digital TV us available for your enjoyment. I was in quite a bit of pain,I went to bed early. I set my alarm to eat breakfast as I skipped it last night. However, I just couldn't get ups. I did get an hour late and the area was clean. I looked around and felt like I could get something. I explained that I wasn't feeling g good due to medical tests. He employee helped E get juice,coffee, and some oatmeal. Our room had a coffee maker. I had to leave to catch my flight. This hotel has a pool, meeting rooms and office area. They have complimentary newspapers. Mini fridges, microwaves and complimentary coffee helps me to get my day started Comfort, clean with kids d staff. Reasonable rates. I will stay here when I'm Dentin.

This is our second time staying here. We came down to Denton to pick up our daughter from college. We stayed for 4 nights and overall this is one of the nicest hotels in its price range that we've ever stayed at. Our room had a comfy king size bed, a sitting area with a pullout sofa bed; although we only used it as a sofa. The flat screen TV was viewable from both the bed and the sitting room. Both the bed area and sitting area had their own ceiling fans. Though this was not a suite with a full kitchen (didn't need one), it did have a microwave, larger mini-fridge and a Keurig coffee maker with regular and decaf pods. The bathroom was very well lit and well stocked in clean towels and other necessary amenities. There was no bathtub, but a wonderful shower with a shower head high enough that I didn't have to bend over to use (I'm 6 ft); there were also 2 separate water jets that sprayed in front of you from the wall. Breakfast was good. It had your typical free breakfast hot and cold selections, but what made there breakfast stand out is the lady who was there to make your fresh omelets to order. The food was consistently replenished and the tables promptly cleaned. Better than average coffee too. The only thing that put a bad mark on our visit was that we saw a roach scurry along the wall. When we contacted the front desk, they had their professional service there in a short time and they sprayed the room (no after-odor that I could smell). Honestly, it's Texas; there are bugs and lizards everywhere.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean our hotel room was. The couch had a pull-out bed. The tv was HUGE. Everything was modern and aesthetically pleasing. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. I'm not sure if we will ever be in Denton again, but if we are, we will definitely be staying here!

I really enjoyed the ceiling fans. The pool area was beautiful and the breakfast was good.I also liked the chaise part of the couch.I liked the large shower with the comfortable bench and the multiple jets. There was lots of counter space in the bathroom. The makeup mirror was not helpful...not enough light. The cleaning supplies after the first night did not spell good and the shower floor needed a good scrubbing.

This is our first time staying at BWP, and it will not be our last! We love the spacious room with sitting area and all amenities. Room is sparkling clean and comfortable especially after a long day of activities. We loved the coffee but hope there are more breakfast varieties. We will stay at BWP again!! Thanks

This hotel was wonderful, huge 2 queen suite with a big lounger chair for our 5 yr old to sleep on. Microwave, fridge, safe & big screen TV. Beds were super soft & everything clean & new! 4 big name restaurants within walking distance so very convenient.

Comfortable room. Sitting area and bedroom area with ceiling fans. Bed was great. Shower is relaxing with shower head and body nozzles. Recommend this highly and will be the only hotel in the Denton area I will reserve.

This Best Western was amazing. The hotel decor was fresh and the staff was very conscientious of our needs. I met a group of friends and we stayed in a queen suite. The living area was very comfortable and inviting. But, the best part of the stay was the breakfast! There was a chef onsite preparing custom omelets that were as good as any restaurant. In addition, the regular breakfast items were available - including fresh fruit.

Every time I come to Denton, I stay at the Best Western Premier, and it continually meets my expectations for a premier hotel. Beautiful hotel; exceptionally clean; comfortable bed and room; professional, friendly staff; conveniently located on the highway. I love staying here!

When you think Best Western, I would tend to think High End Hotel would not be in the mental loop. I am telling you now that that is exactly what BW has done. This hotel is comparable to both Hilton and Marriot properties. When you book your stay, say hi to Melissa, Guest Services Manager; Em will be one of the bartenders should you choose to check out the lounge in the evenings where special drinks are created each month; Kim is relatively new to this hotel but she takes her job seriously and is very customer friendly! There are numerous wonderful staff members here and they work together to make sure their guests are happy glampers and business travelers! I can't wait for you to book and twll me your perception!

Modern and clean rooms and public spaces. Excellent hot breakfast including made to order omlets. Staff was very helpful. We were staying as guests of a wedding party so the comfortable public spaces allowed for visiting with friends and family.

Gorgeous hotel, pool, rooms, and delectable breakfast--the best complimentary hot breakfast I've had anywhere. The poor service I received seems to be a management and training issue, rather than a problem with the staff. I made a reservation through the national 800 phone line and was informed that my request for a bathtub could not be met through a regular room reservation at this location, but only by booking a suite. So I booked a suite. Upon arrival, I was given keys to two consecutive suites only to find that neither of them had a bathtub. The desk clerk had no idea which rooms had tubs and which showers. Only after calls, research, and 45 wasted minutes on my behalf and 3 visits upstairs with full luggage did I receive a regular room (not a suite) with a bathtub. I had to go down to the desk to get my rate adjusted later for receiving a regular room and not a suite. On day two of my stay, I left the hotel at 7 am and returned at 3 only to find that my room had not been cleaned. I searched the hall for a cleaning cart and got the extra amenities I needed. At 4 the maid knocked to clean my room, but at this point I wanted to rest, not vacate the room I had just returned to. The next morning as I left the hotel I stopped by the desk and requested of ?Cheyanne? that I was leaving for approximately 3 hours, and to make sure my room was cleaned while I was gone, as it had not been cleaned the day before. I arrived back at the hotel 3 hours later to find that my room had not been cleaned. At this point, I put up my do not disturb sign for a nap. 30 minutes later a maid knocked to make up my room. I explained that I was trying to rest. 30 minutes after that, someone called to see if I wanted my room cleaned. Needless to say I got neither a nap nor a clean room. I checked out the next day. It appeared that the management priority was to clean rooms for new customer turnover, with no regard for ongoing guests. All issues seemed to come from poor management.

Very relaxing atmosphere. A little pricey but worth it. Love the breakfast , pool and bar. Rooms are very spacious. Rooms always smell fresh. Close to interstate but very quiet. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Added bonus not far to our sons home.

This hotel could change my perception of the Best Western chain. The property is tasteful and immaculate. The rooms were well appointed, the linens were high quality, and the bed was very comfortable. The flat screen TV was around a 42-inch - great for watching a World Series game! The staff was friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast was complimentary and quite nice. The bar in the evening was a nice place to wind down. There are also a number of restaurants nearby. Olive Garden, Red Lobster & Texas Roadhouse are all walking distance. I will definitely stay here again.

It was a great stay, great Breakfast and service, Room was very clean and the Housekeeping staff was very professional and friendly. Front desk was very knowledgeable and very professional. The only thing that appeared to need help was the bar area and restraint, service was slow. Overall stay was an A. Thank you!

We haven't stayed in BW for a long time... but this one is the nicest inn we've visited in a very long time. ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT in all aspects! W.O.W.!! The hotel is beautifully decorated...reminds me of a "loft type" hotel. Very classy. Very comfortable. Very much the best!

This hotel is brand new. Or at least that's what I assumed when I walked in. The exterior is immaculate, the lobby is pristine, and the rooms are luxurious - especially when you consider the price paid per night. The room was enormous, the shower had massaging heads, and the bed was more comfortable than mine is at home. This was my first time staying at a Best Western Premier property, and based on my experience, it certainly won't be my last. Heck, I should've moved in.

Went there to visit our daughter who attends UNT the hotel was beautiful and the staff was excellent! The location is excellent, close to restaurants and shopping. The free hot breakfast was tasty and my granddaughter loved the pool area.

Though I did not stayed for a long time but enjoyed every bit of my stay at there and the management system is great, other facility centers are pretty close to the location. I would like to recommend others to stay for at least one night if they plan to stay in Denton.

I highly recommend this hotel. I visit Denton once a year to to see a family member. It is the only time I travel. I treat myself during this time. I can be a littlle picky. This hotel definitely makes my time there enjoyable and memorable. The whole experience there is very nice. From beginning to end.

The rooms are very nice. I love the way the room was decorated all the colors were very well done.I had a big screen TV.And the bed was so comfortable. And I love the waterfall at the pool. I love the touch screen computer in the front lobby and the fireplace. I love the breakfast buffet , we had made to order omelettes ,waffles , pancakes, oatmeal, granola, yogurt, fresh fruit, coffee, milk, juice, tea, flavored creamers, sausage, ham,bacon ,cereal , peanut butter , croissants bagels, toast, danishes. You name it they had it there. The staff were all very nice and accommodating . One man in particular by the name of Jacoby Ervin really impressed me because he went above the call of duty. He waited on us hand and foot. I definitely felt like royalty. He has a servants heart and thoroughly enjoys his job! He is a keeper! When you get done eating, they also have a exercise room if you feel up to it.I love everything about it .It's best hotel there in Denton, Texas. I look forward to staying in there again and again and again!

While visiting family in Denton we had the pleasure of meeting and being served by a very polite young gentleman his name is Jacoby Ervin ( hope spelling is correct ) He made sure we didn't lack for anything! I jokingly told my sister I'd love to take him home we could use a personal chef! He seemed to really enjoy his job so no worries about losing him.?? Our suite was very nice as well. We didn't want to leave everything was so nice. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you all for such wonderful staff. God continually bless you all. Harding Family

We were looking for a hotel not too far away from UNT as we were coming for a visit to see our daughter. While not as close as some other hotels in the area, the hotel did not disappoint. There was ample parking and even a dedicated spot of EV users with a Tesla charger set up. While I would not say a Best Western is a 5 Star hotel like the Four Seasons in NY; upon entering the lobby it had a very polished and upscale look to it. The front desk staff were very friendly and got us checked in right away. On the way up to our room we peaked into the dining are that serves breakfast in the morning and double as a lounge in the evenings. When we got up to our room we were very impressed with the size and layout. The room was clean and had no nasty odors that many hotel rooms tend to have. The large king size bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The large couch had a pull-out bed, but we had no need to use it so I can't say if it was comfortable or not, but the couch itself was comfortable. The large screen TV was wall mounted and viewable from both the couch and bed. The bathroom was well lit and had a large walk-in shower with extra spray jets from the wall. AS with most hotel rooms though, noise can be an issue. We heard various noises from one of our neighbors a few times in the evening. Nothing to complain about, but it did startle us. Also, our room was on the side of the hotel that face the main road, so when loud motorcycles roared by we heard them loud and clear. Breakfast was your typical hotel buffet, but the food seemed fresher than most. They also had someone there to make omelettes to order. Very nice touch. The breakfast area was clean and the staff kept everything well stocked. We did venture down to their outdoor pool. It was nice and had a small waterfall for you to sit under, though it was a bit cool out for that in October. We spent most of our time in the relaxing hot tub. The area was clean and there were towels provided. One of the better hotel pools I've been too. Overall we had a great stay and would certainly come back.

Rooms are very nice, quiet and clean. Daily breakfast included a nice variety of items and was freshly made daily. Very nice location also, convenient to area shopping and for easy access to the interstate. Would definitely stay here again

Was looking for an inexpensive clean hotel for a overnight college visit. Found BWP online and chose it because of the reviews, it was new, and the rate was good. I was pleasantly shocked! My memory of the Best Western Hotel chain was not a good one and had not stayed in one for over 35 years. This hotel from the moment we stepped in was perfect. The hotel front desk staff was great. We arrived at 10 am after a eight hour drive and check in wasn't until 3pm. They were willing and able to get us in a room within 15 minutes. The room was perfect in the layout, size, cleanliness, and amenities. Would definitely stay here again if in the Denton area.

We were in the area for an annual conference and over the last few years we have given full attention to making sure we can stay in this hotel. The staff has always been great, rooms are big, breakfast is well cared for (in fact, my wife commented this time on how long the sweet, attentive lady that served the breakfast had been there), location is convenient to several nearby restaurants, even Walmart is just down the street. We are on the road a lot and this is one of our very favorite places to stay!

BW Premier Hotel in Denton, Tx has a luxury trendy look & feel, at a reasonable price!! From the moment you approach the well manicured landscape & walk through the trendy designed lobby, you get that luxury feel. The front desk staff is very welcoming and eager to help. Rooms are fresh and clean. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Overall experience was great!

We were in Denton for medical reasons. They offered a very nice medical discount, which is why we chose this location. The location was right down the road from the hospital, which was perfect for us, since I had to be at the hospital at 6 am for surgery. We were very impressed with all aspects of our stay with the exception of sofa sleeper - it was very uncomfortable, but that is to be expected in that most are. The swimming pool was awesome! Excellent breakfast as well! Overall goo experience!

The only disappointment we experienced here was that we were so busy the whole weekend that we didn't get to enjoy the AMAZING pool. For the price, the amenities are amazingly resort style! I almost regret booking based on the features that I knew we might not have time to enjoy. I didn't pack swimsuits for my infant or family because of that, but kind of wish I had! The breakfast being included was something I looked for when booking our stay and I am glad I went with this place. This is the best free continental breakfast I've had for this price! We can't think of another reason we will ever visit Denton, but we might have to find one just to stay at this amazing hotel. The staff went above and beyond from the moment we booked until checkout. A million stars!!

I reserved a very large block of rooms for my daughter's wedding. The staff person assigned to help me paid great attention to details and was very prompt and helpful from beginning to end. All front desk and bar/restaurant staff members were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The staff at this facility is second to no one! I wish I had gotten the name of the girl at the front desk who helped me with my reservations. The hotel was booked full the weekend our family was there and had to schedule two different rooms when we originally booked them . The young lady called me while we were out eating lunch and told me she had managed to keep us in one room and not have to move all of our stuff with the room ready for us when we were ready to check in. The breakfast was awesome! This hotel will get my business again when in the area.
