Best Western Kuta Villa

stayed here during Nyepi day. i arrived at Bali on 10 March late night,when i arrived at the hotel,nearly 1 am on 11 Match. there is a 24 hours counter at the hotel, so check in very smooth, the night shift staff is informative and friendly. the hotel try their best to serve guests during Nyepi. they still provide meals to us,from breakfast to dinner.so much thanks to the hotel and staffs there. cuz only breakfast included in my room rates, i have to pay for lunch and dinner. all meals served in buffet style, the food quite good, especially breakfast.though there is a pool in the room, but it is too small, just for cooling down your body temperature,not for swimming. but the day is cloudy, also rained quite a long time.so only use it on 12 March.room is quite big,bathroom is ok, only the pool area not clean, many leaves there.cuz there is no room service on Nyepi. also, no TV program, though the hotel own channel did provide some movies, the picture quality of the TV not good,so i didnt watch it.the hotel also provide fruits to every guests,and write a welcome letter to us,very good service.there is a bathtub in the bathroom,i did enjoy a warm bath in it.when the night coming,cuz lights not allowed,and the staff also advise us not switch on all the lights in the room,so the hotel is very dark.of course, guests cannot go out, all are restricted in the hotel area. anyway,staying here on Nyepi day still a nice experience ,i have more time to rest, to relax and reflex.

Good service, very nice location Can be reach within approx 15 minutes from the airport You can easly go to many places in kuta from the villa :) Will come back here for another staycation on next visit

i've got fresh healthy juice on breakfast, it was great and thanks for upgrading my rooms free. room size is big enough, i stay at deluxe room, i thinks is bigger than another hotel, the ambience is so Balinese

Very nice reasonably priced with buffet breakfast. Room very good. Have a variety of room types available. Staff very attentive and will fix any issue. The hotel is in a quiet location but only a US$2 taxi ride to the main Kuta strip. Best of both worlds. Looking forward to a return trip one day.

The front desk staff yelling at me when i ask is my villa ready for the 2nd time, He yelled at me using bahasa, maybe because im a domestic tourist. The villa is very bad also, to much crack on the outside floor. Breakfast ? When i order a scramble eggs, the doneness is never consistent. What about the restaurant ? There is no menu, no telephone number direct to restaurant. Save your money.

its wonderful stay with Best Western Kuta Villa. The girl (i'm forget the name) in reception very friendly and warm welcomed us. All the staff is very heplfull. The room its gorgeous and the amenities in room its very completed. We will be back !!! ❤️

Good location and easy to find. Room was also nice, but when we checked in, we noticed that the welcome letter in the room didn't mention our name correctly (maybe it was supposedly for another guest). But overall it was a good experience to stay at this hotel. The staffs are friendly.

We absolutely loved our stay here!! We recommend this hotel 100%. Our room was very clean, the breakfast buffet had many choices and the service throughout the entire hotel was amazing. Everyone is incredibly helpful and friendly. We viewed this place as our sanctuary. A place to recover and rest after traveling. Puta and Made Sudarma and so many other people here made our stay memorable. From the front reception staff to the housekeeping staff and restaurant staff to the gardening staff we were made to feel welcome. Everything was beautiful and clean. We had a kettle in our room, bottles of water, instant coffee and tea, shampoo, body wash and a bar of soap. There is a hairdryer as well. The bathtub was enormous and the bed was so comfortable!!!! The pool was fresh and clean and deep. The sun loungers and tables around the pool made our days of relaxation perfect. We stayed here one week. It was perfect.

Mattress, pillows, are firm enough. Not too soft but yet not too firm. Everything just fine, except the chrome coated taps that need cleaning due to hard water stain. I thank you for the free upgrade, it was very meaningful for us who just missed our flight due to sudden reschedule. I hope someday we can visit again when the room has additional mild fragrance that can make our stay much more pleasant and homey.

a few of my concerns is about the cleanliness of the bath tub, there's a black stain that can actually be cleaned but it didn't so a bit gross. Second, the water heater is not working. I have a morning flight, so I need to take a bath/shower but with no hot water, it's just excruciating for me bcs I have rhinitis which is allergic to cold. So hot water is a big deal for me. I booked the superior room, on my check in time, the staff said it was all full so I got upgraded to Villa, which is nice, but with empty pool, no hot water, dirty bath tub, i couldn't say it's a pleasing stay. Sorry

On the whole, we enjoyed the hospitality at Best Western Kuta Villa Hotel and we had a wonderful experience of staying there. Location is good, the staff is courteous,. I would definitely recommend Best Western Kuta Villa Hotel as it is a great place for guests to relax and enjoy themselves.

The condition of the room already requires immediate treatment. The water in the batchub cannot be drained. Wall paint is peeling. The wood on the terrace floor is weathered, dangerous, we can fall to the floor below if we step on the floor. No fridge. Dirty teapot. The room telephone didn't work, it seemed like it was deliberately disconnected so it wouldn't be used for complaints. TV has no broadcast, totally dead. Hairdryer is broken. Room condition is very bad.

Staff were really nice and helpful, the room also good, little touch like greeting card from the ass.manager is good. Imprvmnt: 1. Remote for tv need to be changed, 2. Some part need to renewed, like the floor near the private pool and the door to the bedrooom was quite hard to open, especially for the child.

The room was okay, location is great, but the outdoor bathroom need some improvements. Waterdrain in the shower area, seems to be clogged it take a long time to drain. Many rubbish in the alley motor parking area and the stairs to 2nd floor need to be cleaned.

When i was staying there, in the morning the water system are broken, and were have to wait about 30-45 minutes untill it fully repaired, we are a bit frustrated because we cant go to the toilet in the morning, and not be able to do any morning activity in the bathroom

Nice hotel budget with complete facility, big room, out door shower, bathtubs with bali style. If you have 2 children i think this hotel will match very recommended for family stay. Location about 2 km from kuta beach.

Blind booking -just based on distance to the business event location- is risky, lol The location is the nearest to business event take place. yet, i was not satisfied, since the Air Conditioning was not cool enough, and the phone line was broken, then it's troublesome to connect reception.

Highly recommend. First, the location is closed to the airport. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Checking in process is quite nice, there is a welcome drink served, room upgraded(depending on the abilities and the royalty program status you are). The front desk names Leony, she is very kind, polite and helpful. For the overall, the hotel accommodations is good and comfortable. There is a swimming pool and private one in the villa.

Being a royalty program with BW, I feel worm welcome in every stay. This time I spend my Birth week in Bali and BW kuta villa is one of my choice. First, during check in, the staffs are friendly, helpful and well organized. Especially the young trainee staff(I can't remember her name) she's helpful and kindness and she was very working hard for answering my many questions. There is a welcome drink which is a normal standard of BW. After that when I got a room, there is an upgrade and the welcome were set such as bed decorations and welcome fruits. And one of staff that I want to thank, she always ask my satisfactions and solve my many problem during stay. She is kind and politely.(Dewi/Luwih the receptions). Finally, I felt that I make a right decision to stay with BW.

Best Western Kuta Villa is a very promising place to stay during your holiday in Bali, great view, place, culture of balinese. Restaurant Chill in Resto which serves a variety of Indonesian and western dishes, Spa, Main swimming Pool with sun chair and poolbar, Tour Guest for guests who wish to visit tourist areas outside the Kuta area, 1 meeting room with a capacity of 50 - 80 people and free wi-fi -fi internet in the guest area.

I travel alone and stay for 4 days, I had a wonderful experience at the Best Western Kuta Villa, Every staff member I encountered, from the security to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Breakfast was great, saw some chip plates can hurt someone. egg station need more attention tho, trainee chef? Didn't know what is over easy, medium, hard eggs are, can be improved. Room are great but cleanliness can be improved. Mosquito? need to provide mosquito repellent in the room. I'd love to come back and see improvement. Sorry no picture.

This was the second accommodation my family stayed at. I was satisfied to some extent because it was cheap, but I didn't know that the bathroom was a place where the sky was open, and I had to hear the toilet water keep going down without stopping all day. I could definitely feel the difference between the resort and the villa, had to go out unconditionally, and there was nothing to enjoy inside.

I can understand that the pandemic has a big impact on the tourism sector. Yet, please don't open the booking if you're not ready!! I really had bad experiences staying here, even I booked for 2 nights and 2 rooms. Here are some points why: there was a cockroach, the water sink was broken since there was stuck rice inside the pipe (so disgusting), the room smells bad, the broken chair outside, the chair outside so dirty with bird poos, the floor was not clean like not mobbed, the doormat was not provided, when the doormat was given, it was freaking dirty, I called the room service, but no answer at all. I asked to move my room, but then the staff cleaned my room and my mom's room in the night. Why didn't they do it earlier? I also asked to not stay in the second night and I wish I could get a refund, yet they didn't do anything!!

The room i ordered with private pool very dirty with many leaf and dust. The CS very low response about complaint the cleanliness private pool. The AC temperature very humid so that the floor very wet.

The hotel was located just a step from hustle bustle of kuta but it was dramatically has peaceful ambience. The service was great represent it's balinese hospitality . Overall it was good. We spent few nights here for our short holidays, first of all the location that is closed to the airport probably could take me for about 15 minutes. The location is closed to my lists destination and mall. The room was perfect, thanks for the staffs... Dewi at front office really looking me up since my friend and i arrived at the hotel. Breakfast wasn't that bad, but hopefully we could trying some more variety dishes.

Pretty dissapointed in this hotel. Its a complete rubbish. Understaffed. Corridor was dirty. Our room was dirty. I dont think they change the beds linen because it has dirts and hair on it. Toilet seat had a small blood stain that I removed my self. Waste of time coming in there. We checked out the same day. The place was disgusting so do yourself a favor and do not stay here. Save your hard earned money somewhere else.

when we arrived at the hotel around 00.00 am , the receptionist still gives us a big smile and warm welcome, and after 15 minutes after we arrived and completed the form, what a great services our room (deluxe room) was clean and tidy except several board at the patio need some renovation because some of nails is missing and it could be a dangerous trap

The location is so strategic, the surrounding is very quiet and peaceful, the breakfast is ok, and the staffs are excellent, the room was very nice and clean, this is one of the best and affordable place to stay, ALL IS GOOD.

Already told room service but still it is not maintained Regardless that, hotel location is very strategic. Foods are everywhere. Near the airport as well as souvenir centers.

My stay in Best Western Kuta Villa was incredible. It's all started when I received an upgrade from Superior Room to Private Villa Plunge Pool for FREE on my 15-night stay in the hotel. In addition to that, the service was also excellent as the staff had always provided my needs. Not to mention, the strategic location that this hotel offers to each customer, making it even easier for us to transport from one location to another. The room was compact, clean and neat. Last but not least, the breakfast there was affordable and delicious! Thank you so much, Best Western Kuta Villa for the incredible stay. I do enjoyed my stay in Bali.

Nice breakfast nice room. I think position AC must changing cause I felt not too cold but not too hot. I like position the hotel very strategic cause alot restaurant around the hotel. We can walk around the hotel to finding restaurant

Pleasant stay. Really worth the price. Big up to Mrs. Chandra at the Front Desk. At first night stayed there, they upgraded my room. What a hospitality touch. So, the next day, i booked their Villa with plunge pool. To be honest, i prefer my prior room. But, then again, with such fair rate. They can provide Best Western standard. They have promo for beer, food, and other stuff. Location very strategic and in a very serene area. But, the minus is, the room not really well-maintain and quite old. Hope this pandemic could end up soon! Cheers!

Thank you for the free upgrade from deluxe room into deluxe room with plunge pool. But I am little bit disappointed with the amenity kit , especially the tooth brush. I get the one amenity tooth brush in second condition, there is no plastic seal and no tooth paste on the box. Please more concern for this

I got one bad Experience when booked a hotel at Bali while using App. but at BWVILLA I got warm welcome. Nice room, and got Little Pool at Bathroom (don't know what the name that is ), But unfortunately, You'll need to check in 1202 Room, almost flooding to the bed room, got some issue With , but over all it very nice.

there is no notification that the room ordered suddenly has been replaced and the condition is not ready, the jet spray is leaking, and the small pool in the room that I got from the free upgrade is very dirty and circulation is dead, for room not bad

Gentle & polite staffs, easy access to foods, car & motorcycle rent, it's good choice if you want to relax, calm and no noisy, but near to airport and access to highway if wanna go to every where. Can choose Villa type or room.

The second floor corridor and the guest room are very dirty, especially the bathroom. The aircon and water heater are broken. Urine smell and stains all over the water closet. I guess that is what you get from the price. I chose to stay because they offered a very good price. The room was pretty big and equipped with bath tub. But I would rather not come back to this place.

Nice place near downtown with good room design. Very clean room and excellent bathroom with small terrace. The location is affordable, can walk along kuta and enjoy the view. I'll definitely come back with my family.

This villa has a lot of gardens with big trees I really like it. rooms with private pool beautiful room design. the main pool is under the trees feels very peaceful. breakfast is good and lots of choice. My advice reminds you to bring mosquito lotion.

The room was clean, the small terrace was nice, the receptionist and the bellboy was helpful, but the shower needs to be fixed in the room I had stayed. The hotel location is very easy to find even it was difficult to get a place to park your car.

I book the room from traveloka for 3nights stay and extend 2nights stay via tiket.com., so total stay 5nights stay. Recommended hotel for stay in Bali, near from Airport. Room is bigger than others, clean and staff was helpful. Hope can stay in this hotel for next trip to Bali. Btw if booked via OTA unable to input BW member? I have asked the receptionist and the answer unable to put BW member since not booked direct via BW website, is it correct? Need confirmation on this question.

I love this villa, the room is so big like our house. Room's design is very nice with balinese culture. location close to the airport. the wify facility is high speed no buffer. i don't taste the food. i will recommend this villa for may family and friends.

i like villa room type. Comfort and private. But, my room was no hot water. I called receptionist many times to send somebody to handle the issue and nobody came. So, me and my baby (17months) has to take a bath in my sister room to get hot water.

I stay for 3 nights at villa. So for everything was good. * Room : every corner was clean, they give cute folded towel on the bed, the slide door little bit difficult to move but not big problem at all. I suggest to provide 1 doormats especially when rain season coming so I not use my towel for wipe my foot every single time go to room and also 1 bottle anti mosquito lotion for guest who like chill outside the room or swim on room pool. * Service : service was good, all the staff so friendly and polite typically Balinese people. GSA need little bit more attention to the guest during the check in, show and explain all the room facilities, expecially all the switch function, I need likes 10 min to find out the switch for turn off the pool machine (so noisy in the night so I need to switch off). * Food : Breakfast was good too, lot of choice and fresh every day. Room service also very impressive. * Spa : have been trying 60 mins Balinese treatment, they therapist doing professional. Feel relax after treatment. Overall this hotel have reasonable and competent price compare with another hotel and recommend if you looking hotel near by airport. Room 1108

I visited the hotel this month and this is the 2nd time i stayed here. The room was nice, clean, and outdoor bathroom. The location itself is strategic, it's near The Keranjang, Krisna & Joger. The distance to airport is very close, only 5-8 minutes from hotel.

I visited the hotel a few years ago and as I recall I gave it a glowing review. So, either my standards have risen or the establishment has gone downhill as I was left unimpressed. The pool is large and inviting and the staff are amiable but there was little else about this place that would encourage me to return. The room itself was big enough but rather characterless with practically no Balinese flavour to it at all. The courtyard was covered with debris that had fallen from the overhead foliage but worst of all was the noisy airconditioner which sprang a leak resulting in a pool of water beneath. Finding a sizable Huntsman spider in the room didn't help but a chemical Blitzkrieg soon took care of that. To be fair, that sort of thing could happen anywhere in Bali which is why I never visit without a can of Mortein. I would have given the hotel only two points but it was, after all, extremely cheap..

Great hotel and staff. Great location. Lovely pool area and bar. It is easy to get to and from the hotel. Unfortunately, bed linen and general cleaning is not the best. I also made a complaint about a faulty door twice to the staff and no one attended to it. I think attention should be given to these.

Had reserved a queen-size bed 3 weeks prior to stay, but they have no more rooms available on the actual day :( The traffic outside the hotel is horrible. It takes forever to get out of Kuta area :( There is no shelter from lobby to our room, had to get drenched during raining times. Also, rainwater is collected on the room entrance. No proper drainage system to drain out the water, thus easily attracts mosquitoes :( The main room door cannot be locked and cannot be shut tightly. There will always remain a small gap, this allowing outside mosquitoes to fly in. :( The toilet door lock is spoiled and cannot be closed properly too. The toilet door is translucent, causing the outside people to easily see the people in the bathroom doing business there :( The restaurant is very slow in service. Ordered only 2 main dishes and there is not many customers during our time of order, yet it took more than 15 minutes to serve :( The reception is not communicating and not working well with the spa team. The lobby reception asked us to book a time for spa with the spa front desk at 2nd level. The spa front desk asked us to book the spa through the reception. Pushing from one to another, in the end we did not manage to book an appointment for spa :( Fortunately, there are also few plus points about this hotel. It is very near to the airport. The bed & pillow are really comfortable, the TV has too many Hollywood movie channels and the buffet breakfast food taste great :)

Our children are so happy to stay at BW. The service is so great and fast response. We have problem with AC and within less than 15 minutes the problem fixed. Will looking forward to stay at BW in the future.

Best western Kuta villa is situated very near to the Kuta beach. The rooms are very spacious and big. This i a very budget friendly hotel too. I would recommend staying in this hotel if your budget is low. The hotel staff is very friendly and fulfilled all our needs for a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend taking an international charger output as there was a problem faced by us. The breakfast in not so good for Indians, but overall a good experience, only breakfast is a problem.

The room was not how it looked in photos ... the reception was always unreachable ... staff was sweet in the beginning but the service was not upto standard, the breakfast options are very limited ... the normal food served also is limited... hoping this gets better ...

this is my 2nd stay here and its getting better :) the 1st time is not really memorable but i extend anyway because i love room with a patio so guesses can chill in my room without touching my bed :p this visit, they upgraded my room and i get a plunge pool room because the room that i booked earlier is full and i really love the room, best part from this trip is when i want to extend for 2 more nights and paid for a different room which is less price they ask me to stay at my room instead, isn't that the nicest thing ever :D for someone who have a busy schedule while in bali, comfortable room after you work is a must and what i love about this hotel is the location which is surrounded by great food places (laota, nasi pedas bu andika, etc) one thing that they need to elevate is the food but overall i really enjoyed my stay here, very great hospitality and services and i will come back for my next trip!

This hotel highly recommended for tourists who want to do all activities on kuta area. Not too far from shopping (the keranjang, jogger and krisna). Also near by jerman beach and kuta beach. Located neàr by kuta raya sreet. This hotel provides swimmiñg pool and small pool for villa type. Òn the first day, my AC room wàs poor ànd the hotel gàve me to another room on the second day.. lucky i çould ùp grade the room but i must leave earlier for business

The hotel with the worst service... is this a 4-star hotel? The first night I didn't stay here, because I had a meeting in Klungkung until decided to sleep at the hotel there. On the second day after returned to hotel around 3 pm and my room hadn't been cleaned either, found the bed was full of lizard-like dirt. Call the girl FO asking for a room change, without apologizing, and the option can only change bed linen and will be told to check housekeeping. Housekeeping came and said it was usual there lizard in the room. I refused to occupy the room and asked housekeeping to call the FO. FO answer was unclear and not how long I was contacted again and still couldn't be replaced room. After I said that if can't change rooms, I checkout and move to another hotel right now. And after we arrived at FO, we were given the key and without apologizing, after we got angry, FO asked me if you were given a new room, so would you still like to stay here or not? And after showering and eating dinner, we still checkout in the night. There are still many hotels that can make us comfortable. Indeed this is the work of another occupant, the lizard, but without any apologies and services that make us comfortable from the employees of the hotel, then we better give in and move to another hotel

I amazed with this villa, cause the swimming pool inside the room is very clean and staff was very friendly. And for the breakfast have so many variations and thanks to chef who made it. Over all im enjoy!

I Like the hotel, complete amenities, and good breakfast. But really don't like with FO Staff who incharge when i check in. No have manner to handle guest. i have problem when check in because they said don't have my booking, and i over to sending my booking and hotel voucher but they refused, make me have to wait 30 minutes to waiting and suddenly came directly to me only to said i have to call the agent about my booking with didn't said apologize or over to help. Room no have minibar not same like in Online travel agent mention. For housekeeping staff not warm when i need my twin bed being 1 (one) and not complete for bed sheet because the hotel don't have. make more disappointed for that situation in the same time. But thx for F&B staff to make happy with warm services. Regards

Location was close to everything. Food is average but it takes 1hours plus to come to the table. Breakfast is fair. Beds are comfortable. Staff need more training. Thinks like late checkout not available, asking for extra $40 per room for a late checkout when we had booked 7 rooms for 7 nights. Security Guards were annoying trying to sell massage services. Safety box was not working when we arrived and it is not bolted down and can be easily removed.

Feel the ambience of heritage from here, before you start to explore Bali. The staff super helpfull and the comfy room for relaxing really nice. I got one night opportunity to stay here, and for sure Will back again soon.

This hotel look so dirty and not good enough, room quite good but all look old. Bathroom the water tap for the shower are broken and not work properly. Food nothing is good tasted all poor. Staff in restaurant nice and friendly, not for Housekeeping staff and front office. Asking for late check out till 1 Pm are not allowed. In the afternoon when took shower before check out water is shut down so really hated, cannot took shower with shower rain. Never ever come back to this hotel again. Location also not strategic little bit inside from the main road. At list I been stayed at this hotel and know how looks like the services in this hotel. Please upgrade your service and facilities inside the room.

There were mice on my ceiling, it always disturbed my nights. I've already reported but got no problem solved. Very disapointed with the receptionist's friendlyness. It should be handled because it is urgent.

I think best western needs some orientation, trainings or reminders on their staff since all my concerns mostly are all for their staff which are not so friendly, chooses guests if whom they want to have a special attention, we may not be white people that mostly what you want and what you gives most of ur attention but always remember that we are also your guests who also paid what they've paid.

the food is nice, room is clean best experience while honeymoon with hubby, i love the bathroom , its semi outdoor and have the best amenities. would go there again with another honeymoon moment again.

Worst hotel ever. They have airport shuttle facilities but when I requested it, nobody replied to my email. When I checked in and asked about it they said airport shuttle has to be booked 24 hrs before. How hard is it to reply my email and explain it? There's no lift in this place and they didn't offer porter service to take our bags. We have 2 heavy bags with us and we drag them around the property to find our room which is not easy to find. The patio was littered with rubbish and the curtain in the room is too short so it didn't close all the way through. Low standard, inconsistent service, some staff were good, others were totally unprofessional.

Villa are , plungreally comfortable, neat and clean, plunge pool theand shower area is the highlight where you can do your little party, friendly staff and well connect and close from kuta market. Thanks again to the staff.

This hotel is much interior to the main city. Especially for Indians to go for indian hotels they are far from this location or any shopping mall is far....hotel ambience is quite good. Staff is responsive, n breakfast is good but since we are vegetarian of South Indians n feels not that much excited to have it. So overall I would say good for the price quote. But I found one indian hotel golden saffron which is good taste it is not that much costly as queens of india

The hotel is close to the airport which is a bonus however it is about a 20 minute walk to the shops and night life in Kuta. The staff at the Best Western Kuta Villas are all very friendly and accommodating and go out of their way to say hello and make you feel welcome. The hotel itself has a lovely Balinese feel to it. Our room was instantly upgraded upon arrival to one with its own private little pool which was awesome but this is where the awesomeness stopped. The swim up bar is basically un staffed all the time and the restaurant refused us service one night due to being booked out for a private function that we were not advised about prior. The safe in the room didn't work and the staff were unable to fix it. The room we stayed in was very dark so we needed the lights on during the day. The bathroom was extremely cramped and not at all well designed. Breakfast was included and it was OK nothing wonderful, there was limited selection of food and hot food was only warmish. The toaster doesn't toast bread. The hotel however is good value for money :)

The hotel is very near to Airport. We were 10 family members. We were with parents on wheel chair. We didn't realise while booking that there is no lift in the hotel. But the hotel staff which is very warm and friendly, upgraded two rooms so that my parents and sister can stay on the ground floor. The rooms are really big with balconies. So morning tea used to be balcony. The upgraded room was little small but had pool in it. The hotel has swimming pool and offers complimentary breakfast. The breakfast spread was good. But vegetarians had the problem of options in food. Indian food was not there in Menu. We took Indian food in main market, which was 1-2 kms from hotel. Hotel is very near to grocery stores, so you can buy water and other things from there. The plug point is a problem. Indian plugs doesn't go in that. So, we asked for universal plug from the hotel. Better, if you bring your own universal plug. Overall, the experience of the hotel was very nice, will definitely recommend the hotel. WIFI is free.

I stayed for one night at best western kuta villa. Air conditioner didn't work and private pool was dirty. I can't sleep the whole night. I hope next time the hotel staff would check the room condition before the guest come.

I had stayed with best western during my honeymoon. The had made the entire experience memorable. The rooms were brilliant. We enjoyed relaxing in the plunge pool and the tub after our adventurous mornings outside. We even splurged ourselves with the spa packages they had to offer. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Kuta, Bali.

It was an awesome experience, good food, pleasant stay, good ambiance, good room service. We enjoyed a lot. Every one seems to be very much welcoming. Swimming pools was very hygienic and clear water. Rooms well maintained.

We spent the night here after a late arrival into Bali and it was only 10 min from airport. 200,000 RP They have 24 hour room service and the food was amazing. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was delicious as well. We had a lovely king bed and our villa had an outdoor shower and mini pool. I would definitely recommend this affordable and very comfortable villa. I will be back. Thank you.

The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The showers are in the bathtubs so we found they are quite discomforting for my parents but overall, the accomodation is fine. The hospitality and the atmosphere are excellent. Few challenges were only for the shampoo and the breakfast. The shampoo made our hair really dry and tangled. Local foods at breakfast were inconsistent. For three days, we had the rice and the cooked vegetables served were hard, though on the last day, the textures were improved. The pastry was great. Only one suggestion to BWKV, please provide a street light on the road way in to your place for your guests' comfort and safety. It was very dark after 7pm while we were still outside.

I stay on standard room, but the room is very large and has opened balcony so you can do sun bath. I also enjoy with the bathtub with the views. This hotel provides delicious foods with friendly staffs. Mandiri bank only 2 minutes by walks and Joger (tshirt popular shop) only 500 meters. I had a bit problem with the safe deposit on my room (2532) even the hotel staff changed with smaller size safety box.

This hotel is great for the money comfortable relaxing as an older couple it was great for us to relax by the pool happy hour is great prices are great for food and drink I have seen bad reviews on this hotel but I don't think you could get better for the price

I love this hotel. The atmosphere is truly Balinese. I love the decoration and the small swimming pool. The rooms are spacious and they have an outdoor bathroom with bathtub. They also offer shuttle bus to nearby attractions for free.

The Best Westerns in the US could learn a thing or two!! This place was awesome! The entire staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The food selection was great, the drink options were also awesome. Room service was fast and the pool (outdoor) was always clean! I am already planning another trip to Bali and BW Kuta Villa is where I will be staying! Thank you all for such an awesome visit!!

The BW kuta villa was great. Location was superb. It was closer to the local food joints and local market. Beach was was close by. Private Plunge pool was small but good for relaxing. We upgraded from the standard villa to deluxe at no extra cost due to the some issues of washroom in standard Villa. Hotel staff were helpful and swift in upgrading room due to non availability of similar property. Buffet Breakfast was superb and staff was so nice and helpful. Thanks for the nice stay!

Good hotel for the money. Out of season they upgraded us to a room with a cooling pool. Good helpful staff,nice breakfast,pool was great. Let down is the area. A taxi is needed to get to the tourist areas and beach. The local roads in the area are not so safe to walk on,many being dirty etc. Very little to do locally as a tourist,and as such please bear this in mind when choosing a Bali hotel.

If your wanting somewhere to rest your head, this hotel is perfect for you. Clean, nice rooms. I stayed in the Deluxe room. Nice room but the shower let it down for me. Especially with it being outside!! There was a shower head in the bathroom but if you wanted a shower you had to hold the shower head!! Lovely staff at this hotel. All smiley and happy to help! A few struggled with the language barrier (English) but it was manageable. The problem what let this hotel down for me was the food. Majority of the time our food was cold. We told the staff who took our plates away and warmed it up. The worst experience for me was having samosas at an appetiser and it coming freezing cold!! Over all, standard hotel.

I visited bali in june 2018 and stayed in the hotel. I really enjoyed the stay. Location of hotel was a bit compromising, but the facilities, staff behavior and all the services provided are really great. There are nearby restaurants and local markets at very close distance. I recommend to stay at the hotel. Rather then wasting money on other expensive hotels.

Really it is the best hotel in Kuta, I've been there twice and really loved it, the staff are really friendly and cheerful, food and breakfast is very delicious. They are special by giving welcoming drinks, very competitive massage prices. All I can say is "not good bye" but "to see you again"

Nice play to stay, but not too clean. I booked the plunge pool villa for 5 days there. I lost my sandals there, but a waiters found my sandals and gave it back to me. I'm so glad for that bcz they are honest and kind. So I gave them a tip.

This is a very nice and Economic property from BW for stay in Kuta. the hotel is close to Airport, Kuta Beach, Legian Street so you will have plenty of Shopping option. breakfast spread is nice. Staff is very nice and Helpful

Did a two week stay here, the pool area was lovely, nice and quiet. Staff attentive if not somewhat relaxed. Breakfast is okay but nothing flash however does the job. The rooms were okay, personally I felt they lacked cleanliness and could have done with serious tlc. The bathroom had an unsanitary feel about it as did the towels provided and I'd be really hard pushed to recommend them to friends and family. It is isn't luxury but it isn't poor. The hotel staff were lovely and made the trip worth while. The lunch menu was fab and so was the drinks lots of choice. The rooms just have a grimey feel. Also had a massage here at the hotel, good price and relaxing but again wasn't the height of luxury you might be expecting for a 3 hour package. Overall average trip but again I can't rate the staff enough they do go above and beyond here. Would recommend for a short stay. Location isn't the best, you have to taxi everywhere although kuta beach and the main strip is only a 10 minute taxi ride costing about 500,000 so fairly cheap. There are a few shops near by so can grab water etc.

Bali is of course much more than just Kuta, but if you're looking to get to the commercial side of Bali and experience the night life , shopping , food extravaganza , and all the other gaiety , then Kuta and Seminyak are the place to be. The Best Western Kuta Villa is located bang at the center of the Kuta area and in close proximity to some of Kuta shopping complexes and malls , eateries and food courts and other attractions , not of course missing the fact that its actually just a 10-15 ride from the Denpasar airport which serves as the only international airport to the entire island of Bali. Best Western Kuta Villa is one of three properties owned by Best Western on Bali alone. The rooms are available in three categories , Deluxe room, deluxe room with Plunge pool and the Villa. The property itself isn't very big , but it packs a decent punch with a outdoor pool, gym and spa section, in room dining options, tour desk , 2 restaurants. Rooms are decently equipped with most standard amenities like in situ wardrobes, safe deposit locker, mini fridge, air conditioning and if you can take a pool room then of course a separate pool area. Of course do not expect the pool to be very big , its probably what one adult would fit at best. Good things about the hotel are that its pretty central, budget / pocket friendly considering you do get in room pool options too, the staff are very nice , friendly and helpful. The property maintenance overall is decent (though it could be a bit better especially some of the rooms look like they need a bit of a touch up like the one we were in). We stayed for 4 nights and it was a better than average experience , I'd actually say it was a pretty good experience. Tips: We took the second category room , Deluxe room with plunge pool , but we did have a look at the Villa too. For a price differential thats very reasonable do check it out and you can take spot upgrade if you like it. It was quite a enhancement from the deluxe room , and for what quite a reasonable price differential. Food at the restaurant isn't the best to be honest and its also priced on the bit of the higher side. The dining experience and service is pretty good, especially by the pool side restaurant but the food per se could be way better. Breakfast also could be better in terms of variety and options. All in all though, restaurant and room service are pretty quick and good. Dine out preferably if you have the ability to do so. Other dining options are available within a 10-15 mins walk from the hotel and along the main Kuta Road (Jalan Raya Kuta). Do not exchange currency at the hotel. They offer a bad rate. Again lots of currency exchanges/ banks / ATMs available within 10 mins walking from the hotel. Do not stay here if you expect to be within a walking distance from the beach. The hotel is located a little more interior and it may take a 10-15 min taxi ride to get to Kuta's beach (which by the way isn't among the better beaches in Bali). More popular beaches like Jimbaran , Pandawa and Nusa Due are at least 30-40 mins by road from this property.

Although this villa hotel is a little away from the main streets of Kuta it is only a $3 taxi fare in. All you can walk for just 15 mins. The hotel is very clean and staff very friendly. The main pool, with swim up bar is great. However, the private villa pool is very small.

great location close to the beach. Friendly professional staff. Really dark curtains to sleep off those Bingtang hangovers. A/C super cold. Great water pressure with consistent hot water. Rooms serviced everyday. I arrived around 9AM and they allowed me to check-in straight away. I'd stay here again for sure.

It was a beautiful place. Stayed here for 4 days 3 nights. Check in was sweet and easy. Staff was friendly and the place is so peaceful. Came from a City area so this place was like heaven for us. The staff was friendly. Amazing. Book our room from booking.com, a room with the plunge pool, what you see is what you get; nice, most important the place is CLEAN. Not much variety for breakfast yet we still love the place. Our days at the villa is amazing. Will come again here when we visit Bali in future. Thank you for the great hospitality.

I suggest for next guests to not stay in this hotel if you have business trip for your company or in a really big group. When we stayed at this hotel I experienced really unpleasant event. It was when we book the hotel for tour events and the number of participants was quite large so the check-in process was quite long. Because of this we had to have dinner first. Meanwhile all our luggage were brought into each room according to the room that provided by the hotel's staffs. In meantime, we found 1 bag in the room in wet condition. In that bag there was a bottle of liquor inside and it was broken. The liquid soaked the laptop which was also in the bag. We complained to the hotel, but from the hotel there was not a single word of an apology, only explained that they had put the bag "well". And instead of do an apology, they blamed us for what happened to the bag. And the last person who put that bag was the porter from the hotel. What we also really disappointed was we had to SAY that they should be apologize to blame the guest in front of them! I am really sorry to say this but after that incident we received call from the hotel manager and she blamed us for what happened to us and call us not being objective. Also this is really a basic for hospitality, "a bag" should be handle with care! We do not have to put BIG sticker FRAGILE to a bag. We deeply regret to have such a very unprofessional hotel act for responding to this incident. Not only that, second floor hall in front of the room also very dark in midnight, no lighting. Had to use my own flashlight phone to walk down stairs. Meal portion per person is quite small. We have to add for 30 portions more and the kitchen served meals that was still cold.

The personal is really friendly and attentive the negative side is that the rooms are not spotless. I had the feeling they just made the bed changed the towels and not really clean the toilet. There are some objects that look already rusted. The breakfast is o.k. but I would say quite of expensive for what they offer. As it is close to a mosque, you will hear at 5 am people praying. We tried the massage as the prices were good. The massage was ok, but they did not turn off the lights or play music to relax the environment and the mattresses seemed quite of old, but as I mentioned before the personal are really nice

We got a stinky room in the beginning, we needed to wait for hours to get it changed for one without a fridge, with ac not working and no hot water. After 3 complaints they decided to come to the room and have a look, however they did not do anything. They were supposed to offer 24 hour room service, however when we tried to order drinks for the room service before 11 p.m. (after asking them at the desk in the restaurant) we got to know that they did only simple, bottled drinks for the room service (around 10-20% of the room service menu). Even though I repeated the order FOUR times and the lady repeated it, they forgot about one of the drinks. The kettle in the room was not working and the bathtub was leaking. After around 4 minutes of using hot water, only cold water stayed available (it wasn't even enough to fill half of the bathtub with warm water). I have no idea what I have paid for and why this hotel has 4 stars, it certainly doesn't even deserve 3. Also the cleanliness is not their strength either.

It was a great holiday to stayed at Best western kuta villa. (I stayed for 5D4N) Quick check in, nice room, and delicious buffet bfast. The hotel is very strategic. Near from airport, beach, gift center, night market, etc

Had an issue with my check in. They asked me to wait by the pool for the manager to come back from lunch. I waited for 2.5 hours, no one came to tell me anything so I went to the desk. They said oh yes it's organized now you can check in. Took me to my room, it hadn't been cleaned yet from the previous guests. Had to wait another 45 minutes. They took me to another room, the beds were made but the bathtub was dirty and full of hair, leftover empty shampoo bottles from previous guests, and dirty bath mat. In the evening ordered food from the restaurant and it was horrible. Overall, for the price, there are a million better options

We stayed in villa 1108. We thought from the pictures that the villa is large but it's just a room with an outdoor space and a plunge pool. I felt it was a pretty small space for 3. They provided only 2 towels so everyday we had to ask for 1 extra plus another hand towel. No towels are given at the poolside. The minibar was empty. We asked for an extra key card and had to pay a refundable deposit of IDR 50,000. Also whenever ordering food and drinks had to pay cash to the server up front. I found all these things a bit weird since we have stayed everywhere in Asia. On the first day when we checked in there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room and we asked for mosquito repellent. The next day we bought the mosquito spray from the mart. The area around the hotel has a lot of shops and restaurants which is good. We hired a bike from just opposite the hotel entrance which was convenient. It's 10 minutes to the airport and would cost around IDR 50,000 max. It's just 5 mins on the bike from Kuta beach. I would recommend this hotel only if you are on a budget.

It is close to airport, a 10min drive. Loved the public pool has a pool bar too. Breakfast was alright. Staff was polite and friendly. 24H room service. Room was great. Comfy bed, clean sheets and towels, we had to shower outdoors which was a 1st experience for us. Oh if your room is on the 1st floor, do standby your mozzie wipeout kit. Keep your sliding doors closed all e time. Also bring your international plug/adapters, i borrowed mine from the front counter. Kuta square is 20 min walks but you can ask them to call a cab for you. Rememebr to ALWAYS take metered Bluebird cabs. The villa is a 5 mins walk to the main road, where there are many other food stalls. The nearest money changer is 10mins away. There is also auto bike rental just outside the entrance, oh they had o-bike too, the rental bicycle. Our villa had a plunge pool, as the villa had trees around it, dried leaves, branches fell into it, maybe the management could have a net just above the plunge pool, because it takes a while for them to clean and clear the plunge pool for us, so we only use it twice. Bathtub main pipe had sandy residue, so we had to use the shower head instead to fill the tub. The in house spa really need to make a HUGE improvement, we took a package 1 for 1, the massage could have been better, the massage table pads was worn out, torn and flaking off.

We stayed as a family. My family (me, my husband, 3 small girls), my sister and my mom stay in 2 superior double/twin room with extra bed and the size of the room is spacious for us. Breakfast is nice with many option of menu. The employees offer friendly service. The location is quite central but the hotel is quite. You feel like you stay in a villa but centrally in Kuta. We will definitely come back to this hotel if we come to Bali again. The negative is the hotel should offer candles in each breakfast table since there are many flies flying in the restaurant (it's open area restaurant next to the shared pool).

The first time i went traveled to Bali with my boyfriend and we slept here for 3 nights. These 3 days have been very painful because there is no water heater in the bathroom. And there is no provided international plug in the room. The employee work efficiency is particularly slow. When registering, they said that they would bring the international plug to us, and they didn't give us an hour. In the room, we called the counter twice, and they all said that they would be sent up. After an hour, they said that the plug was gone. The first couple traveled with my boyfriend, my boyfriend and I had to sleep separately, because the hotel didn't have a double bed, only 2 single beds for us. During the day, we put everything in the luggage and lock it, so that employees can clean up and avoid missing things. On the second night, I went out with my boyfriend for a whole day and then went back to the hotel room to rest. After that, we went to the restaurant downstairs for dinner. After dinner, we found shoes in the room and found that the staff did not pass us Allowed to enter the room, but fortunately nothing was lost. (Because my boyfriend and I didn't pack it up when we went downstairs to have dinner. Just returned from a 12 night stay at this hotel, and I must say I was dissapointed with Best Western. Here are a few pros an cons Cons On arrival was advised we were upgraded to a plunge pool room ( we had booked this anyway) The room only had 1 small wardrobe, no drawers, 5 coathangers Only one sunbed outside no chairs or table outside, 1 chair inside Patio doors wouldn't lock or close properly not only unsafe but let mosquito in from stagnant water in pool and shower Outside door into bathroom wouldn't lock, covered in shower/soap scum Water flooded into bathroom from shower Pool bar was advertised as open 9.30 till 11 but no staff to get drinks had to go searching Staff were teenagers and did everything no designated roles no managers visible Websites advertised things that were not there ie indoor pool, hot tubs, bbq nights Staff requested room number every time we ordered something then chased you for payment everytime you left, also offered to escort you to your room to get payment, if they didnt catch you they approached at breakfast to say you owed money Pool was not cleaned and they allowed people in after 11pm with drink glassess Breakfast things placed out at night for following morning this included eggs from egg station No covers on food Staff insisted on ringing/entering room late at night to give you cake Kettle not in room had to request one even though they provided coffee etc Rubbish tip outside hotel in fact there was 2 Plunge pool only cleaned if requested not daily Shower area not cleaned Was not advised of shuttle bus on arrival, had to ask and it only went one way would not pick back up Room never mopped just swept with same brush that they swept outside with Wet towels were picked up from bathroom and made into an elephant and placed on the bed Thick dust inbetween partitions in room and bed Butter at breakfast in a glass jar not on ice Not a lot of sunbeds Main road nightmare Down a dark unlit street with cars and bikes racing up. Pros out of the noisy area Staff friendly Close to airport During our stay they were expecting some sort of inspection, so a couple of days before we were leaving they began a mass clean up, they painted the decking ( albeit by mobile phone torch light) they painted a room to show him, they cleaned his room to resemble a show room and gave him bouquet of flowers. Covered up food, gave each sunbed towels. When we asked staff what was happening we were advised that it was their fault they had let things go. Older management appeared at this time but were careful not to introduce the inspector to us. The trainees cooking eggs were given gloves and hats to wear, ( didn't have these for first 10 nights) Should imagine anyone going now will have nice hotel, maybe may even be maintained that way. Would I go back doubt it.

The hotel has a strategic location, not far from the airport and some souvenir center. Taxi & online transportion would surely know this hotel. We stayed at the villa, it was clean and comfortable. Except for doorbells and maybe loud event noises, the room was kind of soundproof. It has a plunge pool. There's an open shower just right by the pool that connects to the actual bathroom, which has bathtub, by a door. Excellent services, the staffs were really friendly. The food was good as well. The restaurant is placed near the swimming pool with a poolbar. They also have airport transfer service with additional fee. Recommended place to stay!

The best place to stay the service was fantastic the staff were such a delight they made our stay wonderful the Breakfast was extremely good and chef mike made us a special breakfast nothing was too hard for them and they were always smiling I would recommend this place to everyone to stay

We were stayed at this place for 4 nights for family vacation, our room were upgraded from superior to deluxe room, The room was spacious and bathroom was clean. The bathroom have a bathub, suitable for relaxing. Even tough this place located a little off from main road but within walking distance from many local food stall, convenient stores also pharmacy. Near from Ngurah Rai International Airport is also a plus. You can even walk to Kuta, it'l take 20 min. The pool size is fairly big but clean, located next to the restaurant. But this hotel need to work few things, there are bugs problem like army of ants in the room stealing our food and swarming musquitos. Some electrical problem with the doorbell that causing it to rang by itself, but the engineer is handily fix that thing up, the AC also leaking and made some puddle of water right in front of the main sliding door. Price is affordable, overall this hotel is good value for money

stay for 3 night, just amaze the corridor between rooms was fantastic with trees all around, (deluxe) room was lovely, nice, clean and spacy, and also bathtub was excellent with huge window small garden view, breakfast was good near pool area, outstanding service from mr indra from FO during check in, thank you but at first impression, the airport pickup facility was not showing up, i called the hotel whats happen?, they said i was not send my flight schedule, but the day before i already email my flight schedule for airport pickup, in case you miss it please call the guest for further info, on my 3rd day the hot water not work properly, i already ask the lady in FO to fix this but till night still the same problem, i called operator they just send engineering staff to say “please wait in less than 1 hour” but more than one hour still doesnt work. operator just said tomorrow ( my check out day) will fix it due the lack of eng staff (only 1 person incharge ) overall i do really enjoy during my stay, and i'd like to recomend this hotel to my friend and families, but need improvement for you airport pickup since this is your first impression to your guest

Clean, middle of city, good breakfast, awesome service and very good people. I loved this place. Surely i will visit them if i will come to bali next time for sure. I hope they continue their service same way. Awesome place.

The property is good, covering good rooms with a plunge pool and a big swimming pool outside the rooms. Breakfast does not have much options, specially for Indians. The entrance of the property is not good, its a bad pathway covered with lot of dust. Overall, it was a good stay and one should try staying this property.

This best hotel in Bali.. On Feb 22 to Feb 25 I was stay there cost is best reasonable. Service is amazing.. I want highlight Receptionist and one more Called Rai who help us lot with guidance and they speak good English. People from India can stay is very good hotel.. I stayed here for 5 nights and everything about this place was great. Room was nice and clean. Staff was courteous and Helpful. Breakfast was nice with needed variety. The Hotel is located a little inside so may be a little difficult to locate.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was fantastic. We love the room, the outdoor shower and the bathroom. Everything is just great. Staff were not communicative, they smile but not greet the guest like most of hoteliers do. The rest of it was amazing

the hotel is located in a very strategic area and easy access using taxi or gojek. the room is is spacious with outdoor bathtub which really convenience considering i'am traveling with my 1 yo child. the staff is very nice and helpful. breakfast taste need to be improved. beside that everything is perfect.

Booked this hotel several months ago for a 2 night stay in Kuta. Room was £40 for 2nights. Was hard to find hotel, even for taxi driver from airport as not signposted from main road, and down a dark side street. Didn't realise the room was 1.6km out of town, long horrible walk out of town on broken pavements. Put clothes in laundry, less than 1.5kilos. When we picked it up the following day we were charged £25!! (Today at another resort 3kilos cost £3!) To make matters worse I had to return 3items as were not washed properly and get some money back for these. Our room must have been opposite a staff sleeping room because from 5:30am they were chatting loudly, giggling and banging doors. The room was actually nice as was the outdoor bathroom, although pointless having a bath of the hot water stops quickly. Very disappointed with the stay here, especially as there are so many other places in kuta to stay that would be more central and cheaper.

the room is clean , nice place to stay with your love ones , you got an bathup and shower seperately , delicious food , good servicew warm smile than anyone place i've visited in bali. i booked for a room 2days and we had a incredible holiday. the place is near by the foods - handgifts - the airport it takes only 5minutes and to the beach (kuta beach - 66 beach ) through Jl. Mataram then Legian it takes only 10minutes by motorcycles. i will be back again to this place in Feb or March 2018

This hotel is located in kuta area, first of all, i think it easy to going out from the hotel to kuta road. Actually not!!! We need to took a taxi to go there, and it was so difficul to find something to eat;((( The breakfast was not too much options, just only like bread, egg, juice, and traditional food that i couldnt eat!! The room was unstify, the door couldnt close properly. It seems like unsafe. I wont go back to this hotel!!!

Only stayed here one night, but enjoyed it. The private plunge pool in the room was fun and great for cooling off during the hot day and before going to sleep at night. The room was clean and comfortable, with TV, air con & mini fridge. The bathroom was a bit tight, but clean and had all the amenities needed, as well as having a door that opened out onto an open air shower and the pool. The main pool of the hotel was large and clean, and had a bar near it. The breakfast was included, but it was not very exciting - fruits, fried rice, pastries, coffee, tea, juice. There was no egg option, and had very limited choices for vegetarians. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a transport table set up outside the hotel, though when I tried to use it there was actually no transport available and I had to get someone from the hotel to drive me instead. You can walk a short distance to many food & drink options.

Stay only one night in this place, the hotel looks wonderful. The room is designed like a villa/home, not in a building with many floors. Really affordable price with huge space. They provide spacious terrace, bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom has bathtub which is very nice for relaxing. However, i found that the toilet has a bit of urine's smell (even before i use it). Or maybe i have too strong of smell? The room is clean. The amenities provided are: shower cap, comb, toothbrush, shampoo and body soap. It would be great if they could provide conditioner and body lotion as well. The location is perfect to go everywhere like shopping malls, markets, airport and beaches, however its not in walking distance area, so it would be better if you rent transportation or do some walks for exercise.

I was very happy because at that time all the rooms were full, so my room was upgraded. but I was very disappointed because the hair dryer in the toilet was very greasy, the mattress was very dirty, and by the time I slept there was a centipede (animal) crawling on my mattress. then when I want to wear a kimono, the kimono is smelly, wet and dirty.

We were stay in the hotel couple of day with family. And we enjoyed our stay. Hotel closed to international airport, shopping mall, tourist attraction. Hotel have nice swimming pool and poolside bar. Room and amenities were great and also daily breakfast sellection.

it is really nice to find a very good place to stay with a reasonable price. the staff is great so welcoming even to a local like me. the location is just great, near to every place in kuta. just like staying in the big city but still got the quietness. last thing to improve is the breakfast. actually there is a lot of choices but for me the taste is not really good. well this is personal opinion. in summary, a very great place to stay in Kuta.

Me and my husband were stayed in Best Western Kuta Villa for 7 days last August. Best western kuta villa were our last hotel in Indonsia during our 7 weeks honeymoon in Indonesia. We choose the hotel for its distance to airport and based on the name of Best Western. We booked the hotel through an online booking app and were originaly booked for superior double room for 7 days at reasonable price for the same level hotel in Bali, and were mentioned on booking that we were on our honeymoon. During check in at the hotel, - despite of the check in process were so slow, which we thought caused by lack of staff and lots of guests check in and out - our room were upgraded to One room Villa with plunge pool, which surprise and enlightened us, however when we open the villa door we were bit dissapointed that many broken items in the villas start from The room door is broken and can not lock properly, the plunge pool were dirty as if our room was not prepared before, there were holes on the bedsheet and stain on pillows, some of room amenities not available ex. Hairdryer, only two hand towels, the connecting door between toilet/bathroom with plunge pool also broken, the mattres were too hard. We were shocked that upgraded room supose to be better, however we decide to give it a try to stay for seven night. We did called for housekeeping to fulfil the lack of room ameneties and to clean the plunge pool. The staff are quicked to react and thats at least make us a bit happy. The Breakfast were good, not many choices of foods but it was ok for the price we paid. On the breakfast they have bread to choose, cakes, indonesian bubur ayam or chicken poridge, other asian foods, fruit plater, we have to praise their sambal matah as it is so delicious. The swimming pool are nice and wide and big enough to swim, the water is not so cold in swimming pool. The Hotel located in dining area in Kuta, you can easily find restaurant in moderate prices to eat arround the hotels. Transportation also easily find from the street 300 m infront of the hotel. overall for us the Hotel are Ok for the price we paid, but we personaly think, the Hotel need some good maintenance or renovation esp on the one room vila with plunge pool as from what we saw the hotel must be really good on its opening time, however lack mainteance seems to caused many broken items in the room.

First of all its location is not far from airport. About 10 minutes by car. So be aware of taxi that charge too expensive. It is also not far away from Kuta Beach and town. I walk to Kuta Beach to look around. The are many shops along the way. For the hotel, the view is beautiful, the room (Villa) is nice, but I don't like the service. The villa that I book got private pool but not clean. I request from front desk to clean in the next room service, but they did not do it. The breakfast is good. They got average hotel breakfast and some local dish that really tasty. I book this place for honeymoon, but it is not good enough for me. That is some disappointment. quite villa, there are alot of restaurant around the hotel...good taste bf...big room with little jacuzi...far from beach, but there is a shutle bus to deliver and pick you up to kuta beach...very friendly staff...you can hire motorbike in front of the hotel...

If you are looking for a "western" standard, forget Best Western! This one in Kuta is clearly a "local" standard, you will see it clearly on your first breakfast! I suggest to try Accord chain instead... The location is not too bad, but requires a good walk to the restaurants and beach. But it is a quiet area. The hotel is not in great shape, maintenance and cleaning could be much better... it has a reasonable structure but not careful management. We booked (and paid) several weeks in advance but when we arrived they informed that the room type we requested was fully booked! I can understand that if I book a few days in advance, but with several weeks? Just careless management...

Stayed here for 4 nights. Overall it was a decent stay. Our room was clean and house keeping did a good job. The jacuzzi in our room was unfortunately not mains or cleaned each day. It was full of leaves. The water was cold and stagnant with the filtration non-existent. Housekeeping had to be constantly reminded to provide us with shower mats. The main pool was clean and well maintained. The bar staff could have made themselves more visible instead of hiding in the corner of the restaurant. The location of the hotel is just inside a rather busy street so traffic is to and from the hotel can slow down tremendously if you are caught in rush hour or Friday/Saturday traffic. Otherwise, it's only about 10 min away from the airport if traffic is free-flowing.

It's a nice hotel if you want a quiet stay in Kuta. Because of its location, you can immediately forget about the craziness of the traffic there for a while once you enter the hotel. Loved the corridors & the hotel's interior. We booked their beautiful one bedroom villa & it feels private & cozy. The little pool inside our villa is perfect for couples to hang out but it should've been cleaner. You can get a free airport ride but either for pick up / drop off using their BW van. You have to choose either one for a free ride. The charge for another ride is 80,000. They will engage outside driver & the driver will take 100,000 instead of 80,000 because of the traffic.

Had a good stay at best western kuta villa. Good ambience , clean ,good staff, welcome drinks, good restaurant. Two wheeler rent shop is availble hust outside the hotel which was very helpfull. The famous kuta beach is nearby. I could find an Indian restaurant nearby. In short had a superb stay. Worth money. :)

It's a good hotel to stay for a while. Pool is rather small and a bit old but still usable. Food's quite average and dull. But there are some shops and warungs nearby so it's easy to get something. Rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are quite comfortable. In some rooms you've got open space bathroom connected with something you can use as a terrace. I'd like it but in the rain taking shower can be funny experiance ;]

Not among my favorites and the reasons are as follow; Came from an early flight and reach the hotel with practically no force and receptionist was not really flexible and leave us on our own and ask us at 2 pm for the initial check in time. I was expecting that he would have send us for breakfast in the mean time to kill the time but this never came to his mind. Its my second time here is Bali so was able to figure some activities to keep us busy from 9:30 am till 2:00 pm. I was quite harassed that after coming at 2 the room was still not ready and had to wait further. We experience some very noisy neighbors from India who did not really cares about other room as they were always shouting in their language and their door bell always ringing. Room did was not really inviting, need some renovation i think. Pool look good and very nice bar fitted to it. Breakfast is great and Luckily Chef and service staff are very professional and attentive. Great selection on the buffet and can be improve on the hot beverages selection. Kudos for Food and beverages team you guys rock the place.

The staff were amazing, I booked from agoda for superior rooms but because upstairs and my stuff is so heavy, they give upgraded room to deluxe which is on the ground floor for free. My room has a private pool, my son loved it. The room size is slightly smaller, but the bathroom is quite good and is in an open space. Unfortunately the room smells a little musty, bed sheet and pillow as well. After I complained, they replaced it with a new and fragrant. The breakfast menu is lacking variety, it also tastes fine.

The stay was good with good breakfast and caring staff ,the only problem I faced was we had booked private pool room. But the pool was dirty and was they did not clean even after reminder and the charging point in the room was not working due to which we had to constantly charge our phone in the lobby office. The pool bedroom partition door was broken or had some defect due to which it was difficult to close the door and mosquitos came inside the room. The bathroom could have been maintained more hygienically and neat. Otherwise the stay was pleasant

Its a budget hotel and 20-25 mins walking distance from kuta beach. Positives- ~polite and courteous staff ~lots of variety in breakfast ~Nice pool ~Cosy and clean rooms ~Nice outdoor shower Negatives- ~ Long time taken for check IN ~ No welcome drink or water offered at the time of check IN. ~Plunge pool in the room was quite dirty and we couldn't go in it. ~ Location of hotel is not in the center of Kuta area. ~ No freebies available for Honeymooners. Quite surprising.

I strongly recommend BW Kuta Villa to stay for your holiday, the hotel area is clean (room, pool, restaurant). Comfy just like at your own house. The hotel's staffs are very nice and helpful. My room AC was broke and immediately they could fixed it. When i asked for towel and hairdryer, the staff could provide asap. My suggestion is please provide children's pool. We stayed in a plunge pool villa, clean tidy and great little pool for cooling off. ( its not a swimming pool just enough for two the pool near resturant is much bigger) Great facility's and staff are so friendly. Its good for a travelers on a budget.

This is our second time and experience is good. Just at check in, they didn't prepare the room yet (though i booked via their own website), but they gave us upgrade room, which is nice. Room is quite clean, with old but well maintained furniture. The hotel is very functional, close to airport & downtown, with less traffic. Breakfast is also tasty.

You wont believe the size of the room for the price. It's almost like a small villa due to outdoor bathup and the "private garden". The breakfast is also not too shabby. Public pool not too big but you probably wont need it due to spacious with bathup outdoor bathroom or small private pool inside you room.

i stay for total 5 dayy and i can tell you that this is one of the best hotel i ever stay. very nice and helpfull staff, super comfortable room, clean and nice swimming pool and the location is just perfect (atleast for me). close to the airport and easy to find food around the hotel or you can just use the motorcyle taxi apps if you too lazy to move around. i book for the standard room, but they upgrade me to deluxe room which is alot nicer. a very pleasant surprise. i will stay in the hotel again!

This is a budget hotel in Kuta, just few minutes drive from the Denpasar Airport. Kuta beach is also within 20-25 minutes walk from this hotel. Lots of eateries (both restaurants as well as street food vendors) around the hotel. Staff were very friendly with smiling faces, however communication was an issue. You have to explain 2-3 times before they can understand when spoken in English. So I would suggest to speak with them in person rather than by phone. The pool side bar was cool, with happy hours from 3 pm to 6 pm every day. They have buffet breakfast available. They have very few options to choose from though. They provide free shuttle service to and from Kuta beach / Discovery Mall 3-4 times a day. There is a spa within the hotel compound, but I could not visit it (in fact, I found the massage centres within Kuta area at least 50% cheaper than in the hotel spa.). The only unpleasant experience I have faced during my stay was, the Air Conditioner took forever to chill my room and they provided us with only one key, so I could not leave the AC on while I am gone. Overall, good budget hotel.

This hotel is located very close to money exchange, 24hrs open small store, rent a bike shop, and few road side eaters. 15 mts taxi ride to Krishna Mall (cheap shopping mall) leppo mall, discovery mall (expencive intr brand) and for only veg eaters, 30mts drive to queen tandoor 15 mts ride to Ganesha Ek Sanskrit and spice this 3 restorent are very good for Indian cuisine Don't try the hotel food its not worth it.

This hotel looks amazing on the website but I think pictures where taken 15 years ago the pool had broken tiles rooms are very basic the hotel is a bit out of the main section of Kuta staff where helpful

I don't know what took me so long to write this review, stayed there for 6 nights in the month of June. stay was awesome and we were taken care well. it was very soothing taking dip in the pool with bintang, they have decent music at pool and staff is really good. though breakfast was very monotonus and would suggest them ton include few Indian items may be one south indian and one north Indian dish for the breakfast. In India we have almost every cuisine in our menu. Omlette was a saviour for all these days and staff was great in breakfast. they really took care of me but nothing much in their hand. I saw many indians in the hotel, in fact it was full of Indian and some food option should be there. overall it was a memorable stay, I had the best thai curry there though.

Like usually the hotel gave me a very good service, nice in room dining, fast response of the reception. Just feel like home. I cant count how many times i already been in this hotel. Every thing is Getting improve. The breakfast is much better than my last visit

We stayed in February 2015 (I had to put 2016 for the Tripadvisor option). The hotel was clean, and had very friendly staff. It had traditional Balinese looks, and as a budget hotel was well worth the stay. It seemed like we were one of only a few quests staying at that time. We only ran across four other couples during our two week stay. This meant that as our room was isolated it was very quiet. However, when a group arrived and were placed in a room 5 doors down, we could hear absolutely everything they were saying at all hours as it echoed down the tiled hallways. We stayed in the Superior room which included a King bed (that was quite hard), an ensuite with bath, and both the ensuite and bedroom overlooked a small courtyard with a chair and outdoor shower (which we never used). Overall it was clean and cozy, though I wish we had asked for another room key so that we could have kept the air conditioning on while we were out. It took quite a while to cool the room down. To get to the pool area from our room we had to walk down a few passageways, cross a small road, walk through the lobby and past the restaurant. Once there it was lovely, and had nice shade from the overhanging trees. There were tiles missing in the pool, but that wasn't a problem for us. However, it did feel very awkward having to flag someone down to ask for a drink from the pool bar, as there was never anyone stationed there. The restaurant was nice, and served good Balinese food at a decent price. They also served buffet breakfast every morning with a nice selection. The music that I have seen people complain about did not bother us at all and we could not hear it from our room. One negative for us was that it was isolated from any restaurants, bars or attractions in the Kuta area. We prefer to walk around Bali instead of taking a taxi everywhere and it was a very long walk (without seeing anything in between) to reach anything. This was annoying if you were hoping to pop out for a bite to eat instead of eating at the hotel restaurant. To walk to these places you would also pass quite a few construction sites. Hopefully the construction is finished now and this is no longer a problem. A good hotel if you're hoping to stay in and eat from the hotel restaurant, and swim by the pool for a few days, but not if you're looking to pop out to a nearby restaurant, shop or bar. We originally had a two week stay but left after a week.

This hotel is hands down the dirtiest, filthiest hotel I have EVER stayed at. I am currently on a round the world trip and have stayed in a variety of hotels, budget, luxury, home stays etc. This BW is not fit to stay in and should be condemned. Upon arrival, we noticed the beds had sheets on them that were yellow with a variety of stains and holes along with hairs. the bathroom was disgusting with a cigarette butt in the toilet. Grime all over the faucets and splatter from the toilet all over the door and wall. The toilet seat had build up of urine, etc and the shower curtains were yellowed with mildew. Floors filthy, cups for coffee not washed thoroughly. As part of a chain, I think there should be a basic level of cleanliness. More than disappointed. I wish I had taken pictures but really just wanted to get out of there.

I stay in here because i got the best price in one of online booking hotel. When i check need a lit bit more time. the rooms are quite spacious,have terraces and i think we can sunbathing ih here ???? Was disappointed when I arrived, the lobby looked dark and too small. I thought it was an old hotel, while in fact it is quite new. Perhaps little redecoration of the lobby is required. Room is OK. Value for money. Our room was on the second floor, the light was not turned on at the hall way. Completely dark at night. Our sink was somehow clogged. But the technician was quick to fix it. The food is so so. Nothing special. The staffs are very friendly. Interns from local vocational school were put on the job training at this hotel, which is a great idea. We met one particular intern (sorry we can't remember his name) who was so friendly, helpful and looked so passionate about his job. Excellent guy! We also appreciate the free airport transfer. Lastly, good location too!

I want to bring this to your notice that i have to change 3 rooms in 3 days in your hotel and i have to change the hotel and find a new hotel in middle of my honey moon trip. The response time is high and no care about our needs. All the rooms given to me are defective and i have to ask for room change every day. The room service is even more worse. When I asked for the third room change they gave me a room when is not in condition with lot of mosquitoes and not working flushes and no working hot water facility. And you rate this as a 4 star hotel. I didnt even got half the value for the money i paid. When i vacating the room when i asked for manager they said he is not available and asked me wait for 30 min and after that they just gave me a number and asked me to talk to him. If the value for money is not provided how can i recommend this hotel to others. I rate this experience in minus -10 if that option is available. I am very very disappointed and frustrated. On the first day i told them clearly what i am expecting from the hotel staff and why I am in the hotel. But no importance is given to my views . All around pretty average accommodation. This was a quick one night stay before moving onto a different island. Large rooms, however bathrooms were a bit gross. Tub would flood when shower was running which wasn't ideal. Aircon in my room was also broken and wouldn't get cool and kept switching off. Buffet breakfast was also pretty average. Lots of Asian options but not many normal Western breakfast options. If you are looking for something cheap and quick it's a more than decent place to lay your head for the night.

I stayed for 2 nights. It was very close to the airport.. room was good. Reception very helpful. I choosed to stay in the villa which is has plunge pool. Also very close to many shoping area and kuta beach. Will be back.

The hotel is situated in a quite lane and is near to large number of restaurants and shops. The hotel has very good rooms which are clean and well maintained.However I must say that if you stay for just one night they alot you a room where something or the other does not work.In my case I was in room no 2530 where both the mini fridge did not work at all and the air conditioner was not functioning at all . Only the fan in the air conditioner was working.Knowing the customer will not complain too much since he is only spending one night.

Been here for 1 night. Have trouble with the toilet and AC but quickly fix bye the engineer. Have some issue with the motorcycle noise outside the hotel at night. They provide umbrella in the hotel room which is very helpful. They also provide transportation to the aiport. Hotel location also very strategic, near restaurant, souvenir shop and airport. Overall its a good stay.

I had booked one night here in superior premiere and ended up having two nights. The process for extending was smooth. Staff was friendly. Cleanliness, AC, and variety of breakfast we had could've been better. The location of this hotel is good, only 10 minutes away from the airport and near to the shops/amenities. Try ask for airport drop off service they'd be happy to give the service.

We booked this hotel for 8 nights after our previous booking at another hotel turned out to be shocking. I booked Best Western Kuta Villa at 7am and we arrived there at 9am - no hassles and everything went smoothly. They took our cases and stored them safely while our room was made ready - we booked a one bedroom villa with a private plunge pool. The room was lovely with a private courtyard, outdoor shower and plunge pool the size of an outdoor spa bath. AC and Tv were great, room safe and bar fridge and full size bath tub was most welcomed. Best hotel features were a magnificent full size pool in the central courtyard with plenty of sun lounges, beach towels and it even had a swim up bar. We never experienced the pool to be overcrowded during our entire stay. The pool and adjoining restaurant were kept immaculate. A real delight. There is also a beauty spa inside the hotel with very reasonable prices. My tip is to use the hotel's free shuttle and pick up for shopping and airport transfers, always take a hotel business card with you in case you get a taxi (we only used bluebird taxis and never pay more than 50,000Rp for travel to Legian, Seminyak and $40,000Rp to Kuta shopping areas. If you dine at the hotel, ask for Mahayani and the best service at the swim up bar is with Budhi. All staff were very friendly and went out of their way to look after you. A lovely place to stay with the standard that you expect from Best Western Hotel chains, still in Kuta but away from the craziness at night (an easy 10min taxi into central Kuta if you want busy night life or a 20 min walk).

Me and my partner stayed here for 11 nights recently and couldn't be happier with the hotel. We felt right at home with it and our room, it wasn't complex so it suited us massively. We arrived late in the evening and got to the hotel to find that they had given away our room. However they had upgraded us to a different room so we didn't make a fuss and it helped to make the stay calmer. The rooms were neat and tidy, and though we had a problem with our shower we were still happy with it. The pool was nice and cool, very refreshing though the tiles on the bottom were a bit of a hazard as some were loose and looked sharp. The staff were very pleasant and helpful throughout our whole stay, they really are fantastic, having polite conversation with us in the mornings and helping us with what we wanted to do while we were there. They were also fantastic when my girlfriend fainted on the second morning. All in all, we used this hotel as a base while we explored Bali. To me, this hotel was great as it was in a good location and you could find everything you wanted.

Its a good property for those who choose upgraded rooms . normals rooms are not upto the mark. Good points : 1. amazing breakfast with a lot of variety and day wise change in food variety can be seen. 2. nice location with warm welcome . 3. nice pool area with late night live music. Bad points : 1. we had just 1 ton AC in our room at it took almost 30 mins to cool the room. 2. bathroom was not upto the mark and was dated. 3. open shower was not working properly.

Moved here as another hotel we stayed in, in Bali, was terrible. They took our booking for a week and a half at short noticed. Immediately, they asked us to pay in full for the whole trip. We said, due to our bad experience we would rather leave passport copy/card details or a pre-authorisation on our card but pay at the end including food and drink from our stay. They refused this outright and said they would only take payment in full before the room was given to us. We negotiated and agreed to pay half now and half at the end provided that we can see our room before we paid the first half. They agreed and took us to see a beautiful, clean room with private outisde show e.t.c. We asked if this was the room we would have and they said they just had to change the linens as it hadn't been used for a while. We returned to reception and waited for our room. After half hour we asked how long it would be and they said 'soon'. We decided to go to the bar and wait with a drink. After an hour we asked after our room, they apologised and said 'soon'. I explained that I had been told 'soon' and hour ago. The apologised and told me to wait. We waited and waited and eventually, a lovely guy came and took us to our room. You guessed it! It wasn't our room (or the one we had been shown). We went back down to reception and they explained that actually, that room wasn't available but for an extra cost, we could upgrade to that room. I discussed it with them and without more cash, it wasn't possible. (the cash they wanted was nearly double!). After the trip we had had so far, my partner and I agrred taht we would just use this room, it didn't have the outside area/shower and it was not very clean. The room was a conjoined room with a door that didn't lock. We were going to the beach so we left in a taxi and explained to reception taht we would like the room cleaned better whilst we were out, they smiled and agreed. Whilst we were out, my partner went to a shop and bought some bleach/cleaning stuff. When we arrived back, there had been no cleaning so my partner cleaned it. We used the restaurant for dinner and breakfast most mornings and evenings. Food was great and the service was exceptional (one guy named 'casual' was exceptional! The swim-up bar was fantastic, the pool was clean. The whole hotel was well decorated/laid out and clean. They gave us a room charge card, do not be fooled and mistake this for a room charge card. Everything is to be paid upfront, this is ocassionally, abruptly requested. Even for room service, we ordered the food, it arrived, the staff emmeber would nto give us the food unless I came with him and paid. When they worked out which one of their card machines to use, put it through and I got back to my room. I was annoyed to find that my food was cold (we had just got back from a 26 hour mountain trip) There was definately good parts to this hotel but the constant hassling for money left a real bad feeling about the place. A real shame for an otherwise lovely hotel. We asked to see the manger at the end to give him our feedback, he seemed distracted and just gave us an ipad to fill out a questionnaire.

Stayed here one night as close to airport for flight next day (arranged by travel insurance following transfer delay due to illness). Food and drink expensive by comparison to other places in Bali and location not close to other restaurants so options to eat out seem limited? Ordered pizzas from room service - long wait for two small and almost inedible pizzas! Taxi transfer to airport arranged by reception which was good but we thought free transfer was included in booking - apparently not and charged 80k by taxi driver (problem caused by our travel insurance) but hotel were not clear on this at all! Worst hotel we stayed at on our 4 week visit - much better alternatives available close to AirPort!

Booked one night here in a superior room. On arrival was told that the superior rooms were over booked, so we were upgraded to a plunge pool room. Within the first 5 minutes in the room I had killed 15 mosquitos. Then we discovered that there were no towels. At this point we asked to switch rooms, which the staff did accommodate very quickly. However the new room also had many mosquitos and also had no towels, so we decided to move to a different hotel for the night.

The staff really make this motel! They were so friendly and absolutely amazing with our little baby. Great place for families! The staff turn an average motel into an awesome motel. There is a swim up bar and restaurant available. They also organise tours which were cheaper than else where

I booked superior room, but because I arrived 21.00 it was full. They gave me upgrade to villa, without any questions. Actually the location strategic around tuban, but we have to get inside around 80 m, clean and neat, and quite from surrounding.

I reached the hotel 1 hour before and requested an early check in which they could not arrange moreover since we are a vegetarian couple we asked for boiled water as we needed to just put in our baggage and leave for city tour they could not arrange boiled water. It was not only after a 1 hr delay from checkin time , our room was given to us. Property is good but staff is not. The receptionist seems to be doing all the job.

We only had a very short unexpected stay here due to our flight cancellation with Jetstar. We were all bused to the Ibis but it was a bit of a shambles so my husband and I walked a few doors down to the Best Western. We had no idea what to expect walking down the short lane to the hotel but it was 3am and we were desperate for a sleep. We were pleasantly surprised when we came to the entrance of the hotel. Luckily they had a room available at a very affordable price and we waited for it to be made ready for us. When we were taken to our room we still had no idea what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves walking down a beautiful outdoor corridor with dark wooden gates on each side hopefully leading into the rooms. Which they were! With our gate/door opened for us we entered into an outdoor seating area. I was not expecting this...again a wonderful surprise. The main room and bathroom both had ranch sliders opening onto the private outdoor area. I didn't expect to find this for the price we paid and was delighted. The beds were comfortable, bathroom roomy and everything clean. In the morning we had the included breakfast which was simple yet perfectly adequate to set you up for the day. The restaurant opens to the pool area which was a good size and great for relaxing. I was actually quite dissappointed we had to leave so soon and would have loved to have stayed longer. The staff were friendly and went out their way for us. The whole place had a very relaxed laid back feel. I don't think you could go wrong with staying here if you are looking for a hotel away from the beach that offers great value for money with a lovely balinese feel.

I had booked this hotel for my honeymoon trip for 5 Days. Due to some flight changes we were arriving a day late so had informed hotel for Airport pickup and check-in Date. After reaching the airport i was surprised to see that there wasn't anyone from hotel to pick us up from airport. After booking a cab we finally reached the hotel. I was surprised when the hotel staff told me that my Check-in time is 2 PM. I was annoyed as after travelling so many hours, arriving a day late and No pickup from airport the staff was not courteous. We were not offered any drink or water and were waiting at the reception. After arguing with the staff over my bookings we were finally given the room after an hour. The Room was to be decorated with flowers as i had already informed the hotel staff a month earlier But there were only 5-6 flowers along with towel arrangements on bed and nothing else not even in plunge pool. I had to call multiple times to get bath towels in the room. The hotel is strictly average not for honeymoon couples at all. Please do not stay in this hotel if you are on your honeymoon trip.

We stayed in King size deluxe room and it was quite spacious with a sit-out, attached bathroom with a bath tub.One thing I liked was the free shuttle services from hotel to kuta beach and discovery mall. Another highlight was the bar attached to the swimming pool as we celebrated our anniversary night in that. Buffet breakfast was okay. Need to have more options in fruits and vegetable sections or vegetarian options. Overall it was a decent stay.

We booked 9 rooms for 4 nights and we already confirmed by phone 4 times that we want 5 rooms and 4 rooms in the same floor and already written on booking form. But when we checked in at 9.30pm, we get our room that being upgraded and separate because our booked room was full. And we got news that ALL rooms didnt have key room and have to use 1 master key only. 1 room have to wait 30 min to got the electricity on and the others room were not comfy But, when we got news that our room is changed to changed the other customer that complained their room, we want our room back such as our booked before. At 11.30 pm, we finally got our room in anger and sour face of the receptionists. Our new rooms: 1 room electricity off, 1 room AC off, and all room didnt have key room. We all get the shower very slowly...its a horrible thing. The breakfast didnt have various menu. Everyday we got almost the same menu. (only 1 menu changed) In morning call, sometimes they called at the wrong time, sometime several didnt get morning call. In customer handling, they didnt handle by queue and very slow respon. and we still have many more complaint about service of this hotel which all of this didnt get good response.

Best Western Kuta Villa is rightly located in middle of the town, in a calm and quite place. Nearby Kuta beach adds the advantage to the locality. We reached the Hotel late night. Our room was ready and check in was smooth. We booked a deluxe room and it was quite spacious with a sit-out, attached bathroom with a bath tub. Breakfast was excellent buffet, with mix of Bali style and Western Style. Recommended to include breakfast in your booking. Another highlight was swimming pool. Good thing is that it is bar attached. Need to be careful as the pool is deep throughout. Villa concept for the rooms are good. Try to get the rooms in ground floor. Finally they arranged a cab to drop us to airport. We are totally satisfied appreciate the hospitality and care from hotel crew.

Came with friends for two weeks, had zero issues with hotel and managed to eat in the restaurant many times, would recommend the spring rolls. Very surprised by the quality for the price we paid, not 5*, but amazing service and location.

I would have given 5 star but the problem with A/c was horrible i traveled almost 10 hrs and checked in the hotel i get to know the A/c doesn't work, inform the reception the same thing they sent and engineer and he said he fixed it and the room will be cooled in 30 mints, i wait 1 hour nothing happened again called reception , personally i went to the reception and informed , i think a manager or supervisor was there he keep on saying its because of the settings in the remote u have to wait, i told him i wait more than 2 hours i called 4 times , personally went to lobby and informed he promised me he will change my room but after few mints i went to reception and ask about the room transfer the guy didn't know about it then i tell him the full story but he was superb guy if i am not wrong his name is AGUS he promised to change my room in 15 mints and he did it. rest of my stay was good staffs were superb, food , hotel premises every thing good

This hotel looks fine from outside and is near to all the shops/amenities, but rooms or Villas are too small and lack many things. To start with, ACs are not placed properly and can't even cool these small rooms ( so called Villas ). There is no lock mechanism for the room door or bathroom. If you take shower inside the bathroom, water could spill into the room and on bed. They write on room service book that breakfast is available till 11 am, but restaurant follows 10 am policy ( they start removing stuff at 10 am and don't have courtesy to provide food if guests are 5 - 10 mins late because of this confusion. A waiter straight away told me that you can't get butter because they need to remove food at its nearing 10:30 time of the closure. It was 9:50 am then ). Moreover the buffet menu doesn't have many options and if you are vegetarian then happy holidays to you. Villa pool is useless, so don't book these villas based on that. The only good part was some of the good staff at reception, the pool area and bike/taxi service opposite the hotel. Better management could turn this hotel into an awesome hotel.

It took more than an hour to make my room ready..i booked a room with plunge pool. When i asked a receptionist staff whether my room is ready, a staff said that they are still preparing my room that being upgraded to a villa which is a lie because after waiting more than an hour, they gave me a plunge pool room. The room is smelly..the plunge pool is so small and dirty..even the rest room at the main pool didn't have a soap and i found someone poo at the toilet..yucks The recepsionist staff didn't help and didn't show any empathy because they leaving the receptionist desk empty while there's customer that still waiting. To be fair, only one staff that really care about our room and he helped us bringing our luggage.many thanks to him

i have travelled to bali for honeymoon and booked rooms & villa in this hotel. The hotel is in good location and they have very polite and customer friendly staff. The only unlike thing about this hotel is rooms or villas are not designed according to the architectural things since i faced couple of problems with the AC and for this i have changed room and villa for couple of times.

Check in was a bit slow and late, however we were given a room upgrade to a private villa which was pretty cool actually. I didn't expect it at all. The rooms are not that spacious but it's comfortable enough for a good nights rest. I love the idea of an outdoor shower but not when the drain is so blocked that the water gets under the door and floods the bathroom. I originally booked a room with a plunge pool which our room upgrade had as well. However I never even got inside just because I loved the main pool more which also has a poolside bar. All excellent hotels have something they could work on and I would say that for Best Western it would be to fix all the broken tiles in the pool as it could be harmful. The best part of the hotel is the food! They have the most delicious cheese burger that I still dream of eating today! The patties are freshly made by the chef. If I were to return to Best Western it would be because of the food and the friendly staff!

I was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. They didn't have a room ready when I arrived which was already after 4pm. The room and bathroom were not desirable at all. They should NOT be a part of the Best Western chain!!! I don't intend to ever stay there again and would not recommend this hotel at all. Their online photos were very deceptive.

Staffs were friendly. We were super disappointed by the hotel room though. We were previously staying at another hotel but we decided to move to BWKV to be closer to Kuta. We arrived and checked in at around 11:30 am and were told that the room can only be ready to use at 2 pm because it needs to be cleaned. So then we agreed to go out and leave our baggages at the hotel for the staffs to later put in our room. We come back to the hotel at around 10.30 pm and thankful our baggages were already inside. A series of things happened after that at midnight. We were surprised to find insects inside our hotel room! We found a maggot crawling on the wall, and group of fire ants were surrounding the water boiler and crawled to our body! We did not have the door open for too long, but we found mosquitoes in our room! Since it was also getting past midnight and we had a morning dawn flight in just several hours, we did not want to make a fuss about this. Never did we ever experienced this at any other Best Westerns we've come across to, therefore we were really disappointed by this :(

The room, the bed, the pool and the food in room service was average. But the most terrible experience was with the staff at the restaurant. Don't expect even a glass of water 2mins passed the breakfast time. They will charge you 15000 rupaiyas which is 115 Indian rupees for a glass of water if you have crossed your breakfast time by even a couple of mins. Very disappointed with such a behaviour in such a rich cultural place.

The plunge pool is so dirty when we arrived to our room. When we ask them if it is possible to clean the plunge pool for us, the front desk staff said she will inform the housekeeping staff. Once the housekeeping staff arrived, he came with a broom and dustbin. He was a bit blur and we told him, the pool is dirty, not the pool side. Then he came back with a Pool Leaf Rake Net. The communication amongst the staff here is bad. Our room amenities wasnt complete and we stayed here for 5 nights, - what we observe is that they dont really care to check if our soap/ shampoo is empty. They dont change towels until we have to call front desk staff.

The beds were nice and adjoin room convenient for children but they were not the rooms as advertised on Groupon. Just basic rooms. Bathrooms a little strange and as we were upstairs my husband was worried bath may fall through floor as there we gaps around it. Good working safe for valuables. Good air con. Food in restaurant not really catered for Westerners. Pool large but tiles are coming off the bottom. Best just to sleep there mostly and not hang around. After ordering wake up call and shuttle at 3am for airport shuttle we got ourselves down to foyer on time with all our luggage but no one had ordered shuttle?? We had to literally beg the poor man on reception to get us taxis or we would miss flights. After a while he agreed to call some bluebirds and pay for transfer but the taxi men weren't to impressed about having to return to be paid. It was the fastest most uncomfortable taxi ride ever as they fanged it to the airport.

I arrived very late but front reception was fantastic amd kindly upgraded the room for me. The room was gorgepus very clean and well appointed. The outside bathroom is lovely. Room service was not good enough. Warmish beer without a glass and tastless Indonesian food. My airconditioner wasn't working and the front desk sent an engineer who diagnosed the problem and fixed it for me with no fuss. Breakfast is horrible $8 for stale pastries rotting vegetables and cheap cereal. Go outside for breakfast. Just turn left leaving the hotel and turn right at the main street. You'll find tourist breakfast places along that street.

We stayed at Best Western Kuta Villa for the first 2 weeks of April. When we first arrived, we were told our room wasn't ready (it was 2:30pm) which we found was a bit odd. An hour and a half goes by, & my partner had to say something as he is a diabetic and needed to refrigerate his medication. As soon as he said that, our room was ready. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the main strip in Kuta so it's good if you wish to stay out of the hustle & bustle. Although, we had multiple taxi drivers not know where the hotel was so take the address with you. Food was very average - wouldn't recommend. When we did order room service, the waiters kept asking if we'd paid a deposit (?). We'd already paid for our room so I don't know if they were getting confused or if people usually pay for their food at reception.. we paid for it when we checked out. We'd requested the hotel shuttle to pick us up from the airport on arrival - no one was there when we arrived. Pool needs a make over - heaps of tiles coming off the bottom of the pool. Overall it did the job, bed was comfy, price was cheap. But i probably wouldn't stay there again.

This hotel was very close to airport and just a simple walk from jl.raya kuta which has joger and krisna there. There are any shuttle to kuta beach, discovery mall and waterbom kuta FOR FREE 3times everyday. I was AMAZED by the villa concept. The main door of deluxe room was sophiticated. Very authentic. Swimming pool is small but well maintained. Breakfast here was poor of choices, poor of taste. The staff was good they are helpfull and caring alot. I cant believe this hotel was cooperate with some locals that provide transport service. I was asking the hotel staff to order blue bird taxi, but they recommend that transport service next to hotel lobby. They said the price was equally same with taxi, BUT ITS NOT... Reaching seminyak, i was charged around 50.000 but they asking for 150.000. How can it be. I prefer walk to the main road which many taxi passing by... After all, I was thankful to the hotel management for the upgrade room gift for me...I really apreciate it

within close proximity to kuta beach nestled within nyang nyag sari...lies best western kuta villa.....we travelled as a honeymoon couple and let me just say...we were on cloud nice...from the welcome cake to the swim up pool bar...everything about this hotel was exquisite...would definitely reccomend this to ardent travellers and all..a big thumbs up!!!

Room is cozy,i'm stay at this hotel with my wife and we enjoy the room cause there is a plunge pool. But the aircon seemed not work properly cause it's not cool. Anyway it's nice place to stay while in bali. Even the access to the hotel little bit far from main road.

My wife and I choose this hotel coz they have villa type of room. The room so cozy and comfort for our 13th anniversary. We enjoy and relax during our visit. The room clean, nice service and tasty F&B.

Iwe had a great moment here, the only problem is the hot water not working properly, we called the receptionist about twice bc of this prob. It is fixed and not working again . if they fixed this problem it will be nice. And the shuttle service is nice here.

Having unpleasant stay with this hotel, Booked from Agoda 1 room for 5 night stay at this hotel. The hotel design nice and have big room but having poor customer service and front desk officer. I'm checked in to the room with aircon issue, the room was hot! 3 times complain and ask for room replacement, but they keep sending the tech to check aircon. They insist the room aircon was fine when we are actually sweating on the room, after 3 times ask for room change and hotel not willing to change the room...that is so amazing! We keep locking the door since then. That's not mention the unclean towel and somehow one night at 9PM one of the staff suddenly open the door (without ring a bell) and immediate said sorry wrong room then ran. I think hotel need to improve their service to 4 star class hotel service.

Had booked this hotel after doing a lot of research and must say had not mistaken a bit while making a choice to booking this hotel. This is a budget hotel which does not compromise on comfort of guests at all. The hotel is great, staffs are extremely cooperative and cordial right from the reception staffs to the restaurant staffs to the housekeeping team members. Coming to the room we had booked a villa with a plunge pool, however the swimming pool of the hotel is so huge, so clean and so well maintained that you would not like to take a dip inside the plunge pool at all. Rooms were cozy and the washroom was extremely clean and well maintained. Coming to restaurant they serve you local and Thai food mostly, however you do get a few items of continental and Italian recipe. The location of the hotel is also one advantage as it is 2 Kms away from Kuta beach , Waterbom and the Discovery mall. Hardly 3 Kms away from airport. My wife and I had an extremely memorable stay at this place and we firmly recommend this hotel. Thank you.

This is my 2nd time to stay at Best Western Kuta Villa. My last visit was around year 2014 and it left me with a good experience, that's why i decided to stay here again for my holiday. I stayed for 3 nights at Villa type room with plunge pool. From the first time i arrived at the room, the plunge pool is dirty (and for 3 nights i don't think they ever clean the plunge pool) and the sliding door cannot closed properly, there was a gap between the sliding door that cannot close and the staff was noticed it but he not say a word about it (too bad i wasn't take the picture but i stayed at room 1105), they forgot to gave me the hand soap (i didn't ask for a hand soap for 2 days on purpose because i want to know whether the staff realized it or not but apparently they were not realize about it so on my 3rd day i have to called the front desk to ask for a hand soap. Good). And then, the AC is not cool at all, more like a fan actually. I called front desk but they told me to wait probably 15 min and if the AC still not cool then i call them back. After 30 min the AC still not cool and so i left the hotel for having dinner and told the hotel about it. When i came back, front desk said that the engineer already fixed the issue but then when i came back, they not really 'fixed' the issue, they just left the AC ON with the spare room card so there was a moment when i felt hot in the room and because it is Bali, it will not help when you open the door. For the rest of it, it was a good stay. The breakfast was good. So when i think about it, the issue was about lack of maintenance from the hotel. Please pay more attention for more detail at the hotel & room facility :)

overall, its nice to stay, big room space, good quality material, outdoor private balcony and its low budget after all. close to airport is a plus. and the receptionist was very nice n friendly. recommended to stay if not close to beach is not a matter.

last week i visited this place and stayed for 4 night. pros: Very good breakfast. helpfull staff nice clean pool and poolside bar. nice offers like happy hours/BBQ night/massage etc were there. They will pack ur breakfast if u have an early morning flight Cons: These are the thing I really did expect from a well known 3* hotel like best western. 1. One week back i informed them about my arrival time, but when i reached there they informed they were preparing the room and we had to wait for half an hour at the lobby. 2. in their communication mail they told that they will arrenge one honeymoon cake for us ,but didnt find one, when I showed them the mail copy then they arrenged. 3. we had a water problem in our room, water was leaking from one of the tap. after we infomed then the room service resolved that. 4. We found one big insect in bathroom, i took a video of that and showd to reception people, AND THEY WERE SO RELUCTENT TO THIS MATTER, so i had to kill that thing all by myself. 5. BEACH IS NOT AT ALL NEAR TO THIS HOTEL AS MENTIONED IN THEIR WEBSITE. ITS 40/45 MNS WALK. CONCERNED AUTHORITY PLEASE DO NOT PUT WRONG INFORMATION IN UR WEBSITE, though they have shuttle service to the beach. one more info for every one . KUTA BEACH IS NOT AT ALL A GOOD BEACH, ITS DIRTY so if possible try to go to Dreamland or Jimbaran Beach. Over all I wont say I am disssapointed( thanks to the awesome breakfast) but surelly didnt meet my expectection. If u want a budget hotel then this could be ur option.

Affordable price, room are clean, staff are polite and professional, food are delicious enough. parking lot must be bigger, bench at the outdoor part of the room is dirty.Overall it was good experience.

Stayed 2 weeks. The staff is exceptionally friendly and professional. The included breakfast has a high quality and wide range of western, Asian, and Balinese menu items. Cleanliness of the rooms requires some improvement and the air conditioning regularly malfunctioned at night. However, the staff (Agus, Sastra, Mahayani, Sentana), just to mention a few made the experience exceptional!

We booked this hotel for a few days stay so that we were close to Kuta beach. Not a safe area if your a group of girls traveling as it was very isolated. The hotel pictures were deceiving! Pool was dirty & small, hotel smelt fishy, restrooms had no toilet paper, and staff barely understood English. We checked out the same afternoon!

Been there fee months ago, its an affordable price with good facilities. Of course there could be some improvement on the bathroom there is some stain in the bathtub that makes people don't want to use it. But anyway the staff are friendly the food was okay and overall it was good. Pretty difficult to find the hotel because it is not on the main street. But when you go out you can find lots and lots of restaurant.

This hotel is not located any where near anything! It has only 1 restaurant and if you want to eat outside, you have to take a taxi. This is daunting after a full day's sight seeing. The restaurant food is average and the menu limited. The rooms are neat and clean but we had termites in our room! As it was the holiday season, the place was full and we could not change rooms. The wifi is free but the speeds are not very good. The staff is very friendly, but English is definitely a stretch for most of them. Once they understand what you want, they are very helpful.

This hotel lobby do not have air conditioning system and the fan is just for the workers, not for the visitors who is waiting in the lobby. The superior room's air conditioner is not cooling enough. When we complained in the lobby, we overheard several customers are complaining too. Worst experience is the dirty bed sheet with blood stain. We get to change to clean bed sheet immediately after complain. Although we asked for "no make up" of the room, housekeeper still go into our room and throw away/taken my almost finished face wash and remained bath soap and shampoo from hotel and never replace us with new bath soap and shampoo. We complained and get a new replacement immediately too. The hotel Spa experience is bad too. We request to open the air conditioner as we feel suffocate in the spa due to its a enclosed room with hot bath tub just beside the massage bed. The steam from the bath tub make us feel hard to breath. So we request for making the air conditioner to blow stronger wind. Unfortunately, the staff said the air conditioner spoiled. Overall experience is a meh for this hotel. But the attitude of the staffs is good.

Good place to stay in Kuta Beach Bali. Near to the airport and in the middle of the Kuta. The market, the beach, the Discovery Shopping Mall (Mall have sea at the back exit and sea side restaurants) all are just on walking distance (with the range of 4-5 Km). The hotel is even good on pocket with very warm and helpful staff.

I was booked for this hotel from 21st to 25th dec 2015..but wen we reached the hotel for our disater we came to know dat there is sum problem in the room we were suppose to stay had sum issue and they were shifting us to Best Western Kuta Resort...basically the hotel was sold out, but to our disater wen we checked in the room provided the A/C wasnt working and after a rigorous follow up we came to know after 4 hrs that our A/C isn't working and den after more 1 hr our room was upgraded and shifted to a upgraded room thanx to Mr.Putra who had been kind enough to take care of us. And finally we had shifted to our original booked hotel..with a complimentary upgraded room and complimentary dinner the only person to understand and take care of our needs was Ms.Rosi,as watever we spoke to the staff they hardly understand as they don't understand English and majority ppal working are trainees. And also a suggestion please upgrade the std.of ur breakfast as it's not only the local but many Indians were staying in the hotel and everything on the platter was a Indonesian meal which as a individual I can't have it in d morning as breakfast. Overall had a pleasant stay after the 1st day spent in disater.

I booked this hotel through makemytrip. Overall satisfied with room (superior) and service and behavior of humble staff members. Though we had to wait for 30 minutes for check in. Unlike other 4 star properties, reception area is not air conditioned. Being an Indian & vegetarian, didn't really enjoy breakfast. But I would still recommend this hotel due to its location and value for money.

It is a quick 10-minute ride from Denpasar airport (Rp25k) to this ornate but modern and well maintained two-story / two-wing Best Western hotel offering great convenience, security, comfort and value for (relatively) small money. There is a beautiful swimming pool and (apparently) a spa for your first or last Bali-style pampering. Rooms in wing-1 (behind reception) have a unique "outside" bathroom and patio area (sounds odd, but it works!). Rooms in wing-2 (to the right of reception) are identical, but with a conventional enclosed bathroom with an outside patio (smoke in comfort). Fluffy pillows, fresh linen, ref., toiletries and quality bath towels complete the experience. My only complaint is that there were ants scurrying around the hand-basin; apparently addicted to the taste of cleaning materials. The breakfast buffet is terrific and the restaurant menu is extensive, with exotic daily specials. I ate outside along the street where there is a good selection of restaurants in the immediate area. Enjoyed a final Bintang beer and cigarette, while sitting just outside the local convenience store. Ah, the Bali life-style! The Best Western brand! Great!

We booked a deluxe room with attached swimming pool, the package included breakfast, which was a healthy & full of local cuisine, Staff out their was very helpful & comforting. The hotel was very beautiful, room was well cleaned & arranged before our arrival & was kept clean whenever we went out for sight seeing & shopping. Guys it is great place to stay very close to beaches & shopping malls plus the hotel arranged a car for us for roaming in the island.

Just stayed at best western villa with my sister, why there's No connection internet at my room? When Connected my phone to the wifi but cannot. and toilet at my room cannot flush, very badly :'( but I love the omellett for my breakfast, thank you for the chef.

We were taken to this hotel following flight cancellations due to the volcano eruption. Lovely rooms with modern bathrooms. The staff were very helpful. I suppose the food was a bit limited for vegetarians. The pool was small but I suppose as its a place where you would spend a few nights rather than a week or two but it did what it says on the tin. I would stay there again if I was passing through Bali.

This is my favorite hotel in Bali. The staff are absolutely excellent and the food is brilliant. I totally recommend this place. Also being on a side street, it is very quiet at night which I really appreciated... i would stay here next time! Kudos to management and their staff

Good value for money. We were upgraded to a superior room which had a small porch outside with a coffee table. The hotel grounds and the pool were really nice. The food was decent considering we are vegeterian and the options were anyways limited throughout Bali. The fixtures in the bathroom seemed a bit old & rickety. But didn't bother us too much since everything else was good. This hotel is NOT located right at the beach really. It is hidden from the hustle and bustle which we really liked. The staff was very courteous and patient answering all our queries all the time.

do not expected too much with this yes, that i said, i stay last august for two nights in this hotel, the hotel was great, but how come i get dirty bathroom, I do not know if they had a schedule to clean toilets, with no towel, i guest they sell the room with 4th stars standard, but i get low than standard of 4th stars hotel.The refrigerator was empty and broken, i bring my own beverages from supermarket but it not help much cause of broken refrigerator in room, next the new refrigerator, images are presented, not all right, I get a dirty room, and as there is no checklist before it is occupied by new guests, I hope they understand the truth about the standards and quality that guests get.

We stayed here for six nights during our holidays in Bali. It is a great hotel. Very good and clean rooms, Very good staff support, near from Kuta beach. Swimming pool with bar is very nice. Only thing that they do not have gym at this location.

This is a larger budget hotel in Tuban closer, but not close, to the airport and a pleasant distance from the hustle of downtown Kuta. It was near a mosque which was initially annoying during prayers but that quickly just became a silent noise. Pool was good but constantly losing tiles. The pool bar was manned when a customer was swimming. The bar was manned often by Aguss (apologies if this spelling incorrect). He deserves a special mention as he was always cheerful and helpful. Restaurant was typical asian hotel fare that was nice but became very repetitive with the longer stay. Room service was reasonably prompt. I would try another hotel next time but this one would certainly do. (If management monitoring) The lower score came for the following reasons: 1. No response to emails to hotel trying to confirm details; 2. Included airport shuttle were problematic at start and finish. Didn't arrive until multiple phone calls from airport. On departure we booked shuttle early in day and it didn't arrive until 40 minutes late. Nearly missed plane. 3. No safe facility at reception and the safe in one of the rooms not fixed and could be picked up and carried away. Overall happy with stay.

My friend suggest this hotel for my honeymoon, they have nice bathub at every standard / superior room, alsothey give us beautifull and delicious honeymoon cake.too sad, the table lil' bit dusty, and the electricity turn down for 2 times on my first night

I along with my 3 other family members stayed in Best Western Kuta Villa. We stayed in a deluxe room that was spacious for 2 weeks. Buffet Breakfast was okay, usually lots of food but repetitive. Dinners and lunch were also okay nothing too special. All of the staff were friendly and spoke reasonably good English, some going over and above. Although on a downside both of our airport transfers were stuffed up and on our return we only just scraped in checkin, almost missing our flight home. Was happy overall but will be looking elsewhere next time.

Great service, beautiful Balinese food, large, clean rooms with shower, bath and courtyard, beautiful gardens and a general use pool area. There were a range of room options. We chose the adjoining rooms with one king size room and two singles - perfect for a family. Situated in an authentic part of Kuta, it is a 15 minute walk to Kuta beach. On the same street there is a variety of large shops full of souvenirs and clothing at set prices (no bartering) that were the cheapest prices we found in Bali. If you are after an authentic Balinese experience, with great service and value for money then this is the place for you. Enjoy!
