    « Perfect »

    Like usually the hotel gave me a very good service, nice in room dining, fast response of the reception. Just feel like home. I cant count how many times i already been in this hotel. Every thing is Getting improve. The breakfast is much better than my last visit

    « A Good Bali Hotel to just relax by the Pool »

    We stayed in February 2015 (I had to put 2016 for the Tripadvisor option). The hotel was clean, and had very friendly staff. It had traditional Balinese looks, and as a budget hotel was well worth the stay. It seemed like we were one of only a few quests staying at that time. We only ran across four other couples during our two week stay. This meant that as our room was isolated it was very quiet. However, when a group arrived and were placed in a room 5 doors down, we could hear absolutely everything they were saying at all hours as it echoed down the tiled hallways. We stayed in the Superior room which included a King bed (that was quite hard), an ensuite with bath, and both the ensuite and bedroom overlooked a small courtyard with a chair and outdoor shower (which we never used). Overall it was clean and cozy, though I wish we had asked for another room key so that we could have kept the air conditioning on while we were out. It took quite a while to cool the room down. To get to the pool area from our room we had to walk down a few passageways, cross a small road, walk through the lobby and past the restaurant. Once there it was lovely, and had nice shade from the overhanging trees. There were tiles missing in the pool, but that wasn't a problem for us. However, it did feel very awkward having to flag someone down to ask for a drink from the pool bar, as there was never anyone stationed there. The restaurant was nice, and served good Balinese food at a decent price. They also served buffet breakfast every morning with a nice selection. The music that I have seen people complain about did not bother us at all and we could not hear it from our room. One negative for us was that it was isolated from any restaurants, bars or attractions in the Kuta area. We prefer to walk around Bali instead of taking a taxi everywhere and it was a very long walk (without seeing anything in between) to reach anything. This was annoying if you were hoping to pop out for a bite to eat instead of eating at the hotel restaurant. To walk to these places you would also pass quite a few construction sites. Hopefully the construction is finished now and this is no longer a problem. A good hotel if you're hoping to stay in and eat from the hotel restaurant, and swim by the pool for a few days, but not if you're looking to pop out to a nearby restaurant, shop or bar. We originally had a two week stay but left after a week.

    « Filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at! »

    This hotel is hands down the dirtiest, filthiest hotel I have EVER stayed at. I am currently on a round the world trip and have stayed in a variety of hotels, budget, luxury, home stays etc. This BW is not fit to stay in and should be condemned. Upon arrival, we noticed the beds had sheets on them that were yellow with a variety of stains and holes along with hairs. the bathroom was disgusting with a cigarette butt in the toilet. Grime all over the faucets and splatter from the toilet all over the door and wall. The toilet seat had build up of urine, etc and the shower curtains were yellowed with mildew. Floors filthy, cups for coffee not washed thoroughly. As part of a chain, I think there should be a basic level of cleanliness. More than disappointed. I wish I had taken pictures but really just wanted to get out of there.

    I stay in here because i got the best price in one of online booking hotel. When i check need a lit bit more time. the rooms are quite spacious,have terraces and i think we can sunbathing ih here ???? The refrigerator not cold,around the hotel a lot of places to eat,access to room have a good view Overall this hotel is good and I am quite happy to stay at this hotel

    Was disappointed when I arrived, the lobby looked dark and too small. I thought it was an old hotel, while in fact it is quite new. Perhaps little redecoration of the lobby is required. Room is OK. Value for money. Our room was on the second floor, the light was not turned on at the hall way. Completely dark at night. Our sink was somehow clogged. But the technician was quick to fix it. The food is so so. Nothing special. The staffs are very friendly. Interns from local vocational school were put on the job training at this hotel, which is a great idea. We met one particular intern (sorry we can't remember his name) who was so friendly, helpful and looked so passionate about his job. Excellent guy! We also appreciate the free airport transfer. Lastly, good location too!

    I want to bring this to your notice that i have to change 3 rooms in 3 days in your hotel and i have to change the hotel and find a new hotel in middle of my honey moon trip. The response time is high and no care about our needs. All the rooms given to me are defective and i have to ask for room change every day. The room service is even more worse. When I asked for the third room change they gave me a room when is not in condition with lot of mosquitoes and not working flushes and no working hot water facility. And you rate this as a 4 star hotel. I didnt even got half the value for the money i paid. When i vacating the room when i asked for manager they said he is not available and asked me wait for 30 min and after that they just gave me a number and asked me to talk to him. If the value for money is not provided how can i recommend this hotel to others. I rate this experience in minus -10 if that option is available. I am very very disappointed and frustrated. On the first day i told them clearly what i am expecting from the hotel staff and why I am in the hotel. But no importance is given to my views .     All around pretty average accommodation. This was a quick one night stay before moving onto a different island. Large rooms, however bathrooms were a bit gross. Tub would flood when shower was running which wasn't ideal. Aircon in my room was also broken and wouldn't get cool and kept switching off. Buffet breakfast was also pretty average. Lots of Asian options but not many normal Western breakfast options. If you are looking for something cheap and quick it's a more than decent place to lay your head for the night.

    I stayed for 2 nights. It was very close to the airport.. room was good. Reception very helpful. I choosed to stay in the villa which is has plunge pool. Also very close to many shoping area and kuta beach. Will be back.

    « Poor maintenance of rooms allotted to customers one 1 night. »

    The hotel is situated in a quite lane and is near to large number of restaurants and shops. The hotel has very good rooms which are clean and well maintained.However I must say that if you stay for just one night they alot you a room where something or the other does not work.In my case I was in room no 2530 where both the mini fridge did not work at all and the air conditioner was not functioning at all . Only the fan in the air conditioner was working.Knowing the customer will not complain too much since he is only spending one night.

    Been here for 1 night. Have trouble with the toilet and AC but quickly fix bye the engineer. Have some issue with the motorcycle noise outside the hotel at night. They provide umbrella in the hotel room which is very helpful. They also provide transportation to the aiport. Hotel location also very strategic, near restaurant, souvenir shop and airport. Overall its a good stay.

    I had booked one night here in superior premiere and ended up having two nights. The process for extending was smooth. Staff was friendly. Cleanliness, AC, and variety of breakfast we had could've been better. The location of this hotel is good, only 10 minutes away from the airport and near to the shops/amenities. Try ask for airport drop off service they'd be happy to give the service.

    We booked this hotel for 8 nights after our previous booking at another hotel turned out to be shocking. I booked Best Western Kuta Villa at 7am and we arrived there at 9am - no hassles and everything went smoothly. They took our cases and stored them safely while our room was made ready - we booked a one bedroom villa with a private plunge pool. The room was lovely with a private courtyard, outdoor shower and plunge pool the size of an outdoor spa bath. AC and Tv were great, room safe and bar fridge and full size bath tub was most welcomed. Best hotel features were a magnificent full size pool in the central courtyard with plenty of sun lounges, beach towels and it even had a swim up bar. We never experienced the pool to be overcrowded during our entire stay. The pool and adjoining restaurant were kept immaculate. A real delight. There is also a beauty spa inside the hotel with very reasonable prices. My tip is to use the hotel's free shuttle and pick up for shopping and airport transfers, always take a hotel business card with you in case you get a taxi (we only used bluebird taxis and never pay more than 50,000Rp for travel to Legian, Seminyak and $40,000Rp to Kuta shopping areas. If you dine at the hotel, ask for Mahayani and the best service at the swim up bar is with Budhi. All staff were very friendly and went out of their way to look after you. A lovely place to stay with the standard that you expect from Best Western Hotel chains, still in Kuta but away from the craziness at night (an easy 10min taxi into central Kuta if you want busy night life or a 20 min walk).

    Me and my partner stayed here for 11 nights recently and couldn't be happier with the hotel. We felt right at home with it and our room, it wasn't complex so it suited us massively. We arrived late in the evening and got to the hotel to find that they had given away our room. However they had upgraded us to a different room so we didn't make a fuss and it helped to make the stay calmer. The rooms were neat and tidy, and though we had a problem with our shower we were still happy with it. The pool was nice and cool, very refreshing though the tiles on the bottom were a bit of a hazard as some were loose and looked sharp. The staff were very pleasant and helpful throughout our whole stay, they really are fantastic, having polite conversation with us in the mornings and helping us with what we wanted to do while we were there. They were also fantastic when my girlfriend fainted on the second morning. All in all, we used this hotel as a base while we explored Bali. To me, this hotel was great as it was in a good location and you could find everything you wanted.

    Its a good property for those who choose upgraded rooms . normals rooms are not upto the mark. Good points : 1. amazing breakfast with a lot of variety and day wise change in food variety can be seen. 2. nice location with warm welcome . 3. nice pool area with late night live music. Bad points : 1. we had just 1 ton AC in our room at it took almost 30 mins to cool the room. 2. bathroom was not upto the mark and was dated. 3. open shower was not working properly.

    Moved here as another hotel we stayed in, in Bali, was terrible. They took our booking for a week and a half at short noticed. Immediately, they asked us to pay in full for the whole trip. We said, due to our bad experience we would rather leave passport copy/card details or a pre-authorisation on our card but pay at the end including food and drink from our stay. They refused this outright and said they would only take payment in full before the room was given to us. We negotiated and agreed to pay half now and half at the end provided that we can see our room before we paid the first half. They agreed and took us to see a beautiful, clean room with private outisde show e.t.c. We asked if this was the room we would have and they said they just had to change the linens as it hadn't been used for a while. We returned to reception and waited for our room. After half hour we asked how long it would be and they said 'soon'. We decided to go to the bar and wait with a drink. After an hour we asked after our room, they apologised and said 'soon'. I explained that I had been told 'soon' and hour ago. The apologised and told me to wait. We waited and waited and eventually, a lovely guy came and took us to our room. You guessed it! It wasn't our room (or the one we had been shown). We went back down to reception and they explained that actually, that room wasn't available but for an extra cost, we could upgrade to that room. I discussed it with them and without more cash, it wasn't possible. (the cash they wanted was nearly double!). After the trip we had had so far, my partner and I agrred taht we would just use this room, it didn't have the outside area/shower and it was not very clean. The room was a conjoined room with a door that didn't lock. We were going to the beach so we left in a taxi and explained to reception taht we would like the room cleaned better whilst we were out, they smiled and agreed. Whilst we were out, my partner went to a shop and bought some bleach/cleaning stuff. When we arrived back, there had been no cleaning so my partner cleaned it. We used the restaurant for dinner and breakfast most mornings and evenings. Food was great and the service was exceptional (one guy named 'casual' was exceptional! The swim-up bar was fantastic, the pool was clean. The whole hotel was well decorated/laid out and clean. They gave us a room charge card, do not be fooled and mistake this for a room charge card. Everything is to be paid upfront, this is ocassionally, abruptly requested. Even for room service, we ordered the food, it arrived, the staff emmeber would nto give us the food unless I came with him and paid. When they worked out which one of their card machines to use, put it through and I got back to my room. I was annoyed to find that my food was cold (we had just got back from a 26 hour mountain trip) There was definately good parts to this hotel but the constant hassling for money left a real bad feeling about the place. A real shame for an otherwise lovely hotel. We asked to see the manger at the end to give him our feedback, he seemed distracted and just gave us an ipad to fill out a questionnaire.

    Stayed here one night as close to airport for flight next day (arranged by travel insurance following transfer delay due to illness). Food and drink expensive by comparison to other places in Bali and location not close to other restaurants so options to eat out seem limited? Ordered pizzas from room service - long wait for two small and almost inedible pizzas! Taxi transfer to airport arranged by reception which was good but we thought free transfer was included in booking - apparently not and charged 80k by taxi driver (problem caused by our travel insurance) but hotel were not clear on this at all! Worst hotel we stayed at on our 4 week visit - much better alternatives available close to AirPort!

    « No towels and lot's of mosquitos »

    Booked one night here in a superior room. On arrival was told that the superior rooms were over booked, so we were upgraded to a plunge pool room. Within the first 5 minutes in the room I had killed 15 mosquitos. Then we discovered that there were no towels. At this point we asked to switch rooms, which the staff did accommodate very quickly. However the new room also had many mosquitos and also had no towels, so we decided to move to a different hotel for the night.

    The staff really make this motel! They were so friendly and absolutely amazing with our little baby. Great place for families! The staff turn an average motel into an awesome motel. There is a swim up bar and restaurant available. They also organise tours which were cheaper than else where

    I booked superior room, but because I arrived 21.00 it was full. They gave me upgrade to villa, without any questions. Actually the location strategic around tuban, but we have to get inside around 80 m, clean and neat, and quite from surrounding.

    I reached the hotel 1 hour before and requested an early check in which they could not arrange moreover since we are a vegetarian couple we asked for boiled water as we needed to just put in our baggage and leave for city tour they could not arrange boiled water. It was not only after a 1 hr delay from checkin time , our room was given to us. Property is good but staff is not. The receptionist seems to be doing all the job.

    « Lovely Surprise »

    We only had a very short unexpected stay here due to our flight cancellation with Jetstar. We were all bused to the Ibis but it was a bit of a shambles so my husband and I walked a few doors down to the Best Western. We had no idea what to expect walking down the short lane to the hotel but it was 3am and we were desperate for a sleep. We were pleasantly surprised when we came to the entrance of the hotel. Luckily they had a room available at a very affordable price and we waited for it to be made ready for us. When we were taken to our room we still had no idea what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves walking down a beautiful outdoor corridor with dark wooden gates on each side hopefully leading into the rooms. Which they were! With our gate/door opened for us we entered into an outdoor seating area. I was not expecting this...again a wonderful surprise. The main room and bathroom both had ranch sliders opening onto the private outdoor area. I didn't expect to find this for the price we paid and was delighted. The beds were comfortable, bathroom roomy and everything clean. In the morning we had the included breakfast which was simple yet perfectly adequate to set you up for the day. The restaurant opens to the pool area which was a good size and great for relaxing. I was actually quite dissappointed we had to leave so soon and would have loved to have stayed longer. The staff were friendly and went out their way for us. The whole place had a very relaxed laid back feel. I don't think you could go wrong with staying here if you are looking for a hotel away from the beach that offers great value for money with a lovely balinese feel.

    I had booked this hotel for my honeymoon trip for 5 Days. Due to some flight changes we were arriving a day late so had informed hotel for Airport pickup and check-in Date. After reaching the airport i was surprised to see that there wasn't anyone from hotel to pick us up from airport. After booking a cab we finally reached the hotel. I was surprised when the hotel staff told me that my Check-in time is 2 PM. I was annoyed as after travelling so many hours, arriving a day late and No pickup from airport the staff was not courteous. We were not offered any drink or water and were waiting at the reception. After arguing with the staff over my bookings we were finally given the room after an hour. The Room was to be decorated with flowers as i had already informed the hotel staff a month earlier But there were only 5-6 flowers along with towel arrangements on bed and nothing else not even in plunge pool. I had to call multiple times to get bath towels in the room. The hotel is strictly average not for honeymoon couples at all. Please do not stay in this hotel if you are on your honeymoon trip.

    We stayed in King size deluxe room and it was quite spacious with a sit-out, attached bathroom with a bath tub.One thing I liked was the free shuttle services from hotel to kuta beach and discovery mall. Another highlight was the bar attached to the swimming pool as we celebrated our anniversary night in that. Buffet breakfast was okay. Need to have more options in fruits and vegetable sections or vegetarian options. Overall it was a decent stay.

    We booked 9 rooms for 4 nights and we already confirmed by phone 4 times that we want 5 rooms and 4 rooms in the same floor and already written on booking form. But when we checked in at 9.30pm, we get our room that being upgraded and separate because our booked room was full. And we got news that ALL rooms didnt have key room and have to use 1 master key only. 1 room have to wait 30 min to got the electricity on and the others room were not comfy But, when we got news that our room is changed to changed the other customer that complained their room, we want our room back such as our booked before. At 11.30 pm, we finally got our room in anger and sour face of the receptionists. Our new rooms: 1 room electricity off, 1 room AC off, and all room didnt have key room. We all get the shower very slowly...its a horrible thing. The breakfast didnt have various menu. Everyday we got almost the same menu. (only 1 menu changed) In morning call, sometimes they called at the wrong time, sometime several didnt get morning call. In customer handling, they didnt handle by queue and very slow respon. and we still have many more complaint about service of this hotel which all of this didnt get good response.

    « Pleasant & Peaceful Stay »

    Best Western Kuta Villa is rightly located in middle of the town, in a calm and quite place. Nearby Kuta beach adds the advantage to the locality. We reached the Hotel late night. Our room was ready and check in was smooth. We booked a deluxe room and it was quite spacious with a sit-out, attached bathroom with a bath tub. Breakfast was excellent buffet, with mix of Bali style and Western Style. Recommended to include breakfast in your booking. Another highlight was swimming pool. Good thing is that it is bar attached. Need to be careful as the pool is deep throughout. Villa concept for the rooms are good. Try to get the rooms in ground floor. Finally they arranged a cab to drop us to airport. We are totally satisfied appreciate the hospitality and care from hotel crew.

    Came with friends for two weeks, had zero issues with hotel and managed to eat in the restaurant many times, would recommend the spring rolls. Very surprised by the quality for the price we paid, not 5*, but amazing service and location.

    I would have given 5 star but the problem with A/c was horrible i traveled almost 10 hrs and checked in the hotel i get to know the A/c doesn't work, inform the reception the same thing they sent and engineer and he said he fixed it and the room will be cooled in 30 mints, i wait 1 hour nothing happened again called reception , personally i went to the reception and informed , i think a manager or supervisor was there he keep on saying its because of the settings in the remote u have to wait, i told him i wait more than 2 hours i called 4 times , personally went to lobby and informed he promised me he will change my room but after few mints i went to reception and ask about the room transfer the guy didn't know about it then i tell him the full story but he was superb guy if i am not wrong his name is AGUS he promised to change my room in 15 mints and he did it. rest of my stay was good staffs were superb, food , hotel premises every thing good

    « Don't waste your money here !!! »

    This hotel looks fine from outside and is near to all the shops/amenities, but rooms or Villas are too small and lack many things. To start with, ACs are not placed properly and can't even cool these small rooms ( so called Villas ). There is no lock mechanism for the room door or bathroom. If you take shower inside the bathroom, water could spill into the room and on bed. They write on room service book that breakfast is available till 11 am, but restaurant follows 10 am policy ( they start removing stuff at 10 am and don't have courtesy to provide food if guests are 5 - 10 mins late because of this confusion. A waiter straight away told me that you can't get butter because they need to remove food at its nearing 10:30 time of the closure. It was 9:50 am then ). Moreover the buffet menu doesn't have many options and if you are vegetarian then happy holidays to you. Villa pool is useless, so don't book these villas based on that. The only good part was some of the good staff at reception, the pool area and bike/taxi service opposite the hotel. Better management could turn this hotel into an awesome hotel.

    We stayed in this hotel for Five days & Hotel staff, Rooms, breakfast & swimming pool are really good. Overall good hotel to visit. Very near to airport and all other sight seeing places. Please do consider this hotel in Kuta.

    It took more than an hour to make my room ready..i booked a room with plunge pool. When i asked a receptionist staff whether my room is ready, a staff said that they are still preparing my room that being upgraded to a villa which is a lie because after waiting more than an hour, they gave me a plunge pool room. The room is smelly..the plunge pool is so small and dirty..even the rest room at the main pool didn't have a soap and i found someone poo at the toilet..yucks The recepsionist staff didn't help and didn't show any empathy because they leaving the receptionist desk empty while there's customer that still waiting. To be fair, only one staff that really care about our room and he helped us bringing our luggage.many thanks to him

    i have travelled to bali for honeymoon and booked rooms & villa in this hotel. The hotel is in good location and they have very polite and customer friendly staff. The only unlike thing about this hotel is rooms or villas are not designed according to the architectural things since i faced couple of problems with the AC and for this i have changed room and villa for couple of times.

    « My favorite place in Bali »

    Check in was a bit slow and late, however we were given a room upgrade to a private villa which was pretty cool actually. I didn't expect it at all. The rooms are not that spacious but it's comfortable enough for a good nights rest. I love the idea of an outdoor shower but not when the drain is so blocked that the water gets under the door and floods the bathroom. I originally booked a room with a plunge pool which our room upgrade had as well. However I never even got inside just because I loved the main pool more which also has a poolside bar. All excellent hotels have something they could work on and I would say that for Best Western it would be to fix all the broken tiles in the pool as it could be harmful. The best part of the hotel is the food! They have the most delicious cheese burger that I still dream of eating today! The patties are freshly made by the chef. If I were to return to Best Western it would be because of the food and the friendly staff!


    I was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. They didn't have a room ready when I arrived which was already after 4pm. The room and bathroom were not desirable at all. They should NOT be a part of the Best Western chain!!! I don't intend to ever stay there again and would not recommend this hotel at all. Their online photos were very deceptive.

    Staffs were friendly. We were super disappointed by the hotel room though. We were previously staying at another hotel but we decided to move to BWKV to be closer to Kuta. We arrived and checked in at around 11:30 am and were told that the room can only be ready to use at 2 pm because it needs to be cleaned. So then we agreed to go out and leave our baggages at the hotel for the staffs to later put in our room. We come back to the hotel at around 10.30 pm and thankful our baggages were already inside. A series of things happened after that at midnight. We were surprised to find insects inside our hotel room! We found a maggot crawling on the wall, and group of fire ants were surrounding the water boiler and crawled to our body! We did not have the door open for too long, but we found mosquitoes in our room! Since it was also getting past midnight and we had a morning dawn flight in just several hours, we did not want to make a fuss about this. Never did we ever experienced this at any other Best Westerns we've come across to, therefore we were really disappointed by this :(

    « Good Rooms but Restaurant people were hopeless »

    The room, the bed, the pool and the food in room service was average. But the most terrible experience was with the staff at the restaurant. Don't expect even a glass of water 2mins passed the breakfast time. They will charge you 15000 rupaiyas which is 115 Indian rupees for a glass of water if you have crossed your breakfast time by even a couple of mins. Very disappointed with such a behaviour in such a rich cultural place.

    The plunge pool is so dirty when we arrived to our room. When we ask them if it is possible to clean the plunge pool for us, the front desk staff said she will inform the housekeeping staff. Once the housekeeping staff arrived, he came with a broom and dustbin. He was a bit blur and we told him, the pool is dirty, not the pool side. Then he came back with a Pool Leaf Rake Net. The communication amongst the staff here is bad. Our room amenities wasnt complete and we stayed here for 5 nights, - what we observe is that they dont really care to check if our soap/ shampoo is empty. They dont change towels until we have to call front desk staff.

    The beds were nice and adjoin room convenient for children but they were not the rooms as advertised on Groupon. Just basic rooms. Bathrooms a little strange and as we were upstairs my husband was worried bath may fall through floor as there we gaps around it. Good working safe for valuables. Good air con. Food in restaurant not really catered for Westerners. Pool large but tiles are coming off the bottom. Best just to sleep there mostly and not hang around. After ordering wake up call and shuttle at 3am for airport shuttle we got ourselves down to foyer on time with all our luggage but no one had ordered shuttle?? We had to literally beg the poor man on reception to get us taxis or we would miss flights. After a while he agreed to call some bluebirds and pay for transfer but the taxi men weren't to impressed about having to return to be paid. It was the fastest most uncomfortable taxi ride ever as they fanged it to the airport.

    I arrived very late but front reception was fantastic amd kindly upgraded the room for me. The room was gorgepus very clean and well appointed. The outside bathroom is lovely. Room service was not good enough. Warmish beer without a glass and tastless Indonesian food. My airconditioner wasn't working and the front desk sent an engineer who diagnosed the problem and fixed it for me with no fuss. Breakfast is horrible $8 for stale pastries rotting vegetables and cheap cereal. Go outside for breakfast. Just turn left leaving the hotel and turn right at the main street. You'll find tourist breakfast places along that street.

    We stayed at Best Western Kuta Villa for the first 2 weeks of April. When we first arrived, we were told our room wasn't ready (it was 2:30pm) which we found was a bit odd. An hour and a half goes by, & my partner had to say something as he is a diabetic and needed to refrigerate his medication. As soon as he said that, our room was ready. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the main strip in Kuta so it's good if you wish to stay out of the hustle & bustle. Although, we had multiple taxi drivers not know where the hotel was so take the address with you. Food was very average - wouldn't recommend. When we did order room service, the waiters kept asking if we'd paid a deposit (?). We'd already paid for our room so I don't know if they were getting confused or if people usually pay for their food at reception.. we paid for it when we checked out. We'd requested the hotel shuttle to pick us up from the airport on arrival - no one was there when we arrived. Pool needs a make over - heaps of tiles coming off the bottom of the pool. Overall it did the job, bed was comfy, price was cheap. But i probably wouldn't stay there again.

    This hotel was very close to airport and just a simple walk from jl.raya kuta which has joger and krisna there. There are any shuttle to kuta beach, discovery mall and waterbom kuta FOR FREE 3times everyday. I was AMAZED by the villa concept. The main door of deluxe room was sophiticated. Very authentic. Swimming pool is small but well maintained. Breakfast here was poor of choices, poor of taste. The staff was good they are helpfull and caring alot. I cant believe this hotel was cooperate with some locals that provide transport service. I was asking the hotel staff to order blue bird taxi, but they recommend that transport service next to hotel lobby. They said the price was equally same with taxi, BUT ITS NOT... Reaching seminyak, i was charged around 50.000 but they asking for 150.000. How can it be. I prefer walk to the main road which many taxi passing by... After all, I was thankful to the hotel management for the upgrade room gift for me...I really apreciate it

    Having unpleasant stay with this hotel, Booked from Agoda 1 room for 5 night stay at this hotel. The hotel design nice and have big room but having poor customer service and front desk officer. I'm checked in to the room with aircon issue, the room was hot! 3 times complain and ask for room replacement, but they keep sending the tech to check aircon. They insist the room aircon was fine when we are actually sweating on the room, after 3 times ask for room change and hotel not willing to change the room...that is so amazing! We keep locking the door since then. That's not mention the unclean towel and somehow one night at 9PM one of the staff suddenly open the door (without ring a bell) and immediate said sorry wrong room then ran. I think hotel need to improve their service to 4 star class hotel service.

    Had booked this hotel after doing a lot of research and must say had not mistaken a bit while making a choice to booking this hotel. This is a budget hotel which does not compromise on comfort of guests at all. The hotel is great, staffs are extremely cooperative and cordial right from the reception staffs to the restaurant staffs to the housekeeping team members. Coming to the room we had booked a villa with a plunge pool, however the swimming pool of the hotel is so huge, so clean and so well maintained that you would not like to take a dip inside the plunge pool at all. Rooms were cozy and the washroom was extremely clean and well maintained. Coming to restaurant they serve you local and Thai food mostly, however you do get a few items of continental and Italian recipe. The location of the hotel is also one advantage as it is 2 Kms away from Kuta beach , Waterbom and the Discovery mall. Hardly 3 Kms away from airport. My wife and I had an extremely memorable stay at this place and we firmly recommend this hotel. Thank you.

    This is my 2nd time to stay at Best Western Kuta Villa. My last visit was around year 2014 and it left me with a good experience, that's why i decided to stay here again for my holiday. I stayed for 3 nights at Villa type room with plunge pool. From the first time i arrived at the room, the plunge pool is dirty (and for 3 nights i don't think they ever clean the plunge pool) and the sliding door cannot closed properly, there was a gap between the sliding door that cannot close and the staff was noticed it but he not say a word about it (too bad i wasn't take the picture but i stayed at room 1105), they forgot to gave me the hand soap (i didn't ask for a hand soap for 2 days on purpose because i want to know whether the staff realized it or not but apparently they were not realize about it so on my 3rd day i have to called the front desk to ask for a hand soap. Good). And then, the AC is not cool at all, more like a fan actually. I called front desk but they told me to wait probably 15 min and if the AC still not cool then i call them back. After 30 min the AC still not cool and so i left the hotel for having dinner and told the hotel about it. When i came back, front desk said that the engineer already fixed the issue but then when i came back, they not really 'fixed' the issue, they just left the AC ON with the spare room card so there was a moment when i felt hot in the room and because it is Bali, it will not help when you open the door. For the rest of it, it was a good stay. The breakfast was good. So when i think about it, the issue was about lack of maintenance from the hotel. Please pay more attention for more detail at the hotel & room facility :)

    last week i visited this place and stayed for 4 night. pros: Very good breakfast. helpfull staff nice clean pool and poolside bar. nice offers like happy hours/BBQ night/massage etc were there. They will pack ur breakfast if u have an early morning flight Cons: These are the thing I really did expect from a well known 3* hotel like best western. 1. One week back i informed them about my arrival time, but when i reached there they informed they were preparing the room and we had to wait for half an hour at the lobby. 2. in their communication mail they told that they will arrenge one honeymoon cake for us ,but didnt find one, when I showed them the mail copy then they arrenged. 3. we had a water problem in our room, water was leaking from one of the tap. after we infomed then the room service resolved that. 4. We found one big insect in bathroom, i took a video of that and showd to reception people, AND THEY WERE SO RELUCTENT TO THIS MATTER, so i had to kill that thing all by myself. 5. BEACH IS NOT AT ALL NEAR TO THIS HOTEL AS MENTIONED IN THEIR WEBSITE. ITS 40/45 MNS WALK. CONCERNED AUTHORITY PLEASE DO NOT PUT WRONG INFORMATION IN UR WEBSITE, though they have shuttle service to the beach. one more info for every one . KUTA BEACH IS NOT AT ALL A GOOD BEACH, ITS DIRTY so if possible try to go to Dreamland or Jimbaran Beach. Over all I wont say I am disssapointed( thanks to the awesome breakfast) but surelly didnt meet my expectection. If u want a budget hotel then this could be ur option.

    Stayed 2 weeks. The staff is exceptionally friendly and professional. The included breakfast has a high quality and wide range of western, Asian, and Balinese menu items. Cleanliness of the rooms requires some improvement and the air conditioning regularly malfunctioned at night. However, the staff (Agus, Sastra, Mahayani, Sentana), just to mention a few made the experience exceptional!

    We booked this hotel for a few days stay so that we were close to Kuta beach. Not a safe area if your a group of girls traveling as it was very isolated. The hotel pictures were deceiving! Pool was dirty & small, hotel smelt fishy, restrooms had no toilet paper, and staff barely understood English. We checked out the same afternoon!

    Been there fee months ago, its an affordable price with good facilities. Of course there could be some improvement on the bathroom there is some stain in the bathtub that makes people don't want to use it. But anyway the staff are friendly the food was okay and overall it was good. Pretty difficult to find the hotel because it is not on the main street. But when you go out you can find lots and lots of restaurant.

    This hotel is not located any where near anything! It has only 1 restaurant and if you want to eat outside, you have to take a taxi. This is daunting after a full day's sight seeing. The restaurant food is average and the menu limited. The rooms are neat and clean but we had termites in our room! As it was the holiday season, the place was full and we could not change rooms. The wifi is free but the speeds are not very good. The staff is very friendly, but English is definitely a stretch for most of them. Once they understand what you want, they are very helpful.

    This hotel lobby do not have air conditioning system and the fan is just for the workers, not for the visitors who is waiting in the lobby. The superior room's air conditioner is not cooling enough. When we complained in the lobby, we overheard several customers are complaining too. Worst experience is the dirty bed sheet with blood stain. We get to change to clean bed sheet immediately after complain. Although we asked for "no make up" of the room, housekeeper still go into our room and throw away/taken my almost finished face wash and remained bath soap and shampoo from hotel and never replace us with new bath soap and shampoo. We complained and get a new replacement immediately too. The hotel Spa experience is bad too. We request to open the air conditioner as we feel suffocate in the spa due to its a enclosed room with hot bath tub just beside the massage bed. The steam from the bath tub make us feel hard to breath. So we request for making the air conditioner to blow stronger wind. Unfortunately, the staff said the air conditioner spoiled. Overall experience is a meh for this hotel. But the attitude of the staffs is good.

    Good place to stay in Kuta Beach Bali. Near to the airport and in the middle of the Kuta. The market, the beach, the Discovery Shopping Mall (Mall have sea at the back exit and sea side restaurants) all are just on walking distance (with the range of 4-5 Km). The hotel is even good on pocket with very warm and helpful staff.

    I was booked for this hotel from 21st to 25th dec 2015..but wen we reached the hotel for our disater we came to know dat there is sum problem in the room we were suppose to stay had sum issue and they were shifting us to Best Western Kuta Resort...basically the hotel was sold out, but to our disater wen we checked in the room provided the A/C wasnt working and after a rigorous follow up we came to know after 4 hrs that our A/C isn't working and den after more 1 hr our room was upgraded and shifted to a upgraded room thanx to Mr.Putra who had been kind enough to take care of us. And finally we had shifted to our original booked hotel..with a complimentary upgraded room and complimentary dinner the only person to understand and take care of our needs was Ms.Rosi,as watever we spoke to the staff they hardly understand as they don't understand English and majority ppal working are trainees. And also a suggestion please upgrade the std.of ur breakfast as it's not only the local but many Indians were staying in the hotel and everything on the platter was a Indonesian meal which as a individual I can't have it in d morning as breakfast. Overall had a pleasant stay after the 1st day spent in disater.

    I booked this hotel through makemytrip. Overall satisfied with room (superior) and service and behavior of humble staff members. Though we had to wait for 30 minutes for check in. Unlike other 4 star properties, reception area is not air conditioned. Being an Indian & vegetarian, didn't really enjoy breakfast. But I would still recommend this hotel due to its location and value for money.

    It is a quick 10-minute ride from Denpasar airport (Rp25k) to this ornate but modern and well maintained two-story / two-wing Best Western hotel offering great convenience, security, comfort and value for (relatively) small money. There is a beautiful swimming pool and (apparently) a spa for your first or last Bali-style pampering. Rooms in wing-1 (behind reception) have a unique "outside" bathroom and patio area (sounds odd, but it works!). Rooms in wing-2 (to the right of reception) are identical, but with a conventional enclosed bathroom with an outside patio (smoke in comfort). Fluffy pillows, fresh linen, ref., toiletries and quality bath towels complete the experience. My only complaint is that there were ants scurrying around the hand-basin; apparently addicted to the taste of cleaning materials. The breakfast buffet is terrific and the restaurant menu is extensive, with exotic daily specials. I ate outside along the street where there is a good selection of restaurants in the immediate area. Enjoyed a final Bintang beer and cigarette, while sitting just outside the local convenience store. Ah, the Bali life-style! The Best Western brand! Great!

Guys it is great place to stay very close to beaches & shopping malls plus the hotel arranged a car for us for roaming in the island.

    We were taken to this hotel following flight cancellations due to the volcano eruption. Lovely rooms with modern bathrooms. The staff were very helpful. I suppose the food was a bit limited for vegetarians. The pool was small but I suppose as its a place where you would spend a few nights rather than a week or two but it did what it says on the tin. I would stay there again if I was passing through Bali.

    Good value for money. We were upgraded to a superior room which had a small porch outside with a coffee table. The hotel grounds and the pool were really nice. The food was decent considering we are vegeterian and the options were anyways limited throughout Bali. The fixtures in the bathroom seemed a bit old & rickety. But didn't bother us too much since everything else was good. This hotel is NOT located right at the beach really. It is hidden from the hustle and bustle which we really liked. The staff was very courteous and patient answering all our queries all the time.

    do not expected too much with this yes, that i said, i stay last august for two nights in this hotel, the hotel was great, but how come i get dirty bathroom, I do not know if they had a schedule to clean toilets, with no towel, i guest they sell the room with 4th stars standard, but i get low than standard of 4th stars hotel.The refrigerator was empty and broken, i bring my own beverages from supermarket but it not help much cause of broken refrigerator in room, next the new refrigerator, images are presented, not all right, I get a dirty room, and as there is no checklist before it is occupied by new guests, I hope they understand the truth about the standards and quality that guests get.

    This is a larger budget hotel in Tuban closer, but not close, to the airport and a pleasant distance from the hustle of downtown Kuta. It was near a mosque which was initially annoying during prayers but that quickly just became a silent noise. Pool was good but constantly losing tiles. The pool bar was manned when a customer was swimming. The bar was manned often by Aguss (apologies if this spelling incorrect). He deserves a special mention as he was always cheerful and helpful. Restaurant was typical asian hotel fare that was nice but became very repetitive with the longer stay. Room service was reasonably prompt. I would try another hotel next time but this one would certainly do. (If management monitoring) The lower score came for the following reasons: 1. No response to emails to hotel trying to confirm details; 2. Included airport shuttle were problematic at start and finish. Didn't arrive until multiple phone calls from airport. On departure we booked shuttle early in day and it didn't arrive until 40 minutes late. Nearly missed plane. 3. No safe facility at reception and the safe in one of the rooms not fixed and could be picked up and carried away. Overall happy with stay.

    I along with my 3 other family members stayed in Best Western Kuta Villa. We stayed in a deluxe room that was spacious for 2 weeks. Buffet Breakfast was okay, usually lots of food but repetitive. Dinners and lunch were also okay nothing too special. All of the staff were friendly and spoke reasonably good English, some going over and above. Although on a downside both of our airport transfers were stuffed up and on our return we only just scraped in checkin, almost missing our flight home. Was happy overall but will be looking elsewhere next time.

    Great service, beautiful Balinese food, large, clean rooms with shower, bath and courtyard, beautiful gardens and a general use pool area. There were a range of room options. We chose the adjoining rooms with one king size room and two singles - perfect for a family. Situated in an authentic part of Kuta, it is a 15 minute walk to Kuta beach. On the same street there is a variety of large shops full of souvenirs and clothing at set prices (no bartering) that were the cheapest prices we found in Bali. If you are after an authentic Balinese experience, with great service and value for money then this is the place for you. Enjoy!
