Best Western Plus Plaza Den Haag City Center

Perfect location. We just kept nipping out to shop or get snacks. Room was a great size with a city view. Very clean. Beds great. I booked a 24 hour parking spot for 18 euro via the hotel which was a 4 minute walk. The hotel is a bit hidden from view so indeed a bigger sign would be better. Late check out for all rooms which is also a plus. Everything we needed for a night out with friends from The Hague.

Good hotel, located near the city center, price affordable, very attentive and friendly staff. I recommed it. The hotel should improve various things: - The breakfast should be more complete, - Temperature of the rooms, and specially of the bathroom. In this case is extremly cool. Air conditioning is not efficient. -The size of the hotel name on the facade

With spacious rooms, a very nice breakfast, and an absolutely amazing location, this hotel already has a lot going for it. The best, however, was the staff, in particular the receptionist on duty Tuesday April 4. After a tragic train accident, we had to take a different route, and on her own initiative, she told us about the situation, found alternative itineraries, and helped us on our way. Thank you so much! We'll definitely be back!

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for more than one week. We had a very very pleasant stay . Spacious comfortable room and very clean bathroom. This hotel is located in the middle of the city centre . Ms Nese and Mr Ingo were in the reception desk when we checked in , they are very friendly and helpful. We stayed at the hotel 23/4 and 26/4 2022. During this time we got no cleaning of the room and no clean towels either during these days which is very bad !! . Last night my wife and I wake up talking in a foreign language in our room. Then 2 wild strangers stand and look at us. This shock you got from this awakening is terrible. i was later told that it was an employee who would help a guest to his room .really donkey control which rooms are rented . So I advise against using this hotel .

Very nice hostel so well situated in the city center of Den Haag and quiet. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Staff is nice too, check in was easy as well as check out. Nice experiment for us, our stay was perfect.

Sometimes you need to take a shower in an American sized bathroom. After Airbnb and small hotels a generic large, modern room in the middle of a city with a view is so refreshing. This is your place. Friendly desk service and central location makes your stay perfect.

Superb service, staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were so comfortable, I could of stayed in it all day! Right in the city so it's close to everything, but you couldn't hear any outside noise. Room was a great size, it was a quadruple room, perfect for 3 of us to share.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city centre, near plenty of shops, restaurants, public transportation and the train station. The staff are friendly and accommodating. My room had a great view; I spent quite some time simply relaxing and watching clouds drift over the skyline.

An exceptional hotel located in the centre of The Hague. The service from the staff was first class, very welcoming and customer focused. My room was lovely and quiet, beautifully presented, clean and with a great shower. Shopping is on the doorstep of the hotel, very close to trams for ease of transportation. I will definitely be back!

Clean room. Good location, in the city centre, to railway station 10 minutes by walk. Friendly staff. I lived on 5 floor, nice view for city. The room has air conditioning, it warms the room well, but the floor is a little bit cold (you need to take slippers)

Excellent location for shoppers. But, the rooms are little crammed due to disproportionately large bed. Lack of essential supplies seems the practice as there was no shampoo, tootpaste etc. However, staff members are really good and helpful.

Was stay at this hotel on last June for biz trip with group of people, the hotel just open so we had some unforgettable memories for this hotel. The staff still new and not much experience, so when you do check in and check out take long time. And in the morning breakfast time also not much staff to handle.
