« one night stay, quite OK »

Hotel Langhe Cherasco is quite OK, especially for business traveller, location is close to the highway, city centre is quite far, rooms are good, breakfast as well, comfortable for a short business trip, families will not enjoy too much

    « Amateur Hotel »

Discovered during our 2 night one day stay (sunday) no food available in hotel . No advance notice of this at booking time or checkin , only discovered when actually asking for food at reception . Hotel restaurant was closed !!!!! Hotel is in the middle of no where and can only be accessed by taxi or guests with transport , so eating is hit or miss by taxi . Totally , totally unacceptable for a hotel of this price

« Good hotel in Piemonte »

The Holiday Inn Express in Cherasco is very good, clean, easy to reach, offering a good free breakfast. It offers a free ample parking and a restaurant with high level service Remarkable the staff, very attentive and Customer oriented. I recommend it and I return for sure.

    « Great hotel!!! »

We were 2 couples in 2 rooms. It is situated in a great location just off the highway. A small hotel very clean! free parking!! The rooms are lovely and super comfortable! Bathroom big and has all you need and more from bath cap to shaving kit which was available on request at the reception. They even put 2 bottles of water in our room every day, free of charge! How considerate on their behalf. Free Wi-Fi in rooms very good reception! Wonderful breakfast offering a variety fit for every need. Finally the staff super nice and helpful. We had a great time and highly recommend it!! We will surely return next year, still plenty to explore in that area, la Bella Italia!!

« Ok for a stopover, so long as you pay a budget price »

Previous guests have said this hotel is in the middle of nowhere...and they were right. It is sandwiched between two main roads, with a bleak outlook of large container style buildings and maize fields. So, if you are looking for a picturesque stop, this is not the place. However it's a short drive to Cherasco, a beautiful town laid out in a grid pattern with historical buildings and quite a few restaurants. It is unspoilt by commercial shops or big brands. The hotel is modern with a big lobby and reception desk. The staff were friendly. Wifi worked well on an i-pad. There were a couple of pcs In the lobby but we didn't use them. Rooms were the standard size and layout of the Express brand. We had a double with a sofa bed for the children. Rooms were clean but a little bit tired. Bathroom was spacious with a bidet, shower caps, dispensers and a complementary soap. Lots of towels, all fluffy and large. The hospitality tray had two sachets of coffee, tea, sugars and sweeteners, a large kettle and bright cups and saucers. No milk cartons. Four bottles of mineral water were provided; a nice touch. Our 6th flor room overlooked a large garden at the back, where there is a big restaurant. A wedding was on, so we could not use it. Beds were rock hard. Go for two singles rather than a double, as it may provide a better sleep. Air con was variable. Didn't seem to cool the room much and was noisy all night.  Breakfast was disappointing but edible if you chose carefully. Plenty of choice but nothing was very fresh. Cocoa pops were stale, muesli was damp and the Melba toast were too. There were serving dishes of tinned fruit;prunes, apricots and peaches. These were fine. A range of drinks;juices, coffee machine and water. An egg boiler was available, as was a range of cold meats, packet crackers, jam tart, polenta cake, cheese and yoghurts. The hotel was very quiet, apart from one family, we were the only people at breakfast. Odd. Tables were still not cleared after we left an hour later. The only staff we saw were two receptionists. I had to point out that the downstairs toilets were in a poor state of hygiene, and it looked like conference delegates had left them like this. This was dealt with straight away. The price was very low, using, so that made up for the lack of ambience and quality.

    « Great Piemonte Hotel »

Great family hotel to visit Torino and the vineyards of Piemonte. Free parking and close to autostrada and lovely cities to discover. Breakfast included and great hotel restaurant porte della Langhe next to the hotel.
