« Traveling to So Cal »

The hotel is in a nice location for freeway access. The staff are friendly and efficient. The continental breakfast is nice although there are several places to eat near-by. we have stayed at this location on more than one occasion & have always been very pleased.

    « Short stay »

Check in at 1 AM was fast but outside. Didn't use pool or hot tub but they were dirty. The lighting in the room was horrible....too dim. There was no water pressure and the bed was not much better than sleeping on the floor. Finally, I found a used towel on the shelf in the closet. It was not an enjoyable stay!

    « Corona »

The hotel could use refreshing. The people were great. However the accessible room was difficult. Getting in and out was very hard. The bathroom was not easy to negotiate. The pavement outside was terrible and the entry was the worst I have ever seen.

    « Find somewhere else... »

No parking, had to park at restaurant across the street. Room was dusty, microwave didn't work, light over sink was out. A/C did not work. Bed was frumpy, sheets were either dropped on the ground and put on bed anyways or they were just dirty. Sheets also had holes in them (threadbare). Food was left in the dresser drawers and freezer from prior tenant. Room was not acceptable and got another one and it was the same only different. Dirty, dusty room, A/C did not work, fan only. Won't be staying here again.

« Best of the worst in the area »

Our car broke down on the freeway. Needed a place to stay for the night. Lots of bad hotels, we felt this as the best. Scary hotel. Did not even undress to go to bed just in case we needed to leave in a hurry. Would not even think of walking barefoot on the carpet. If you have to stay here good luck to you.

« Fisrt time in CA »

very basic service with an overpay rooms with no security boxes no micro, refrigerator either tub the hotel looks ok from street and into the reception but the room was not nice at all next time will looking for a better option

    2
    « Quality a problem »

Uncaring staff...requested late check out as elite member but was rebuffed. Room not cleaned once despite my multi-day stay. Location was good:near freeway and easily accessible. Best Western should realize there are many other properties in area, and need to do more to cultivate loyalty.

« Ideal Location, Pleasant Experience »

I had every single request fulfilled, and I was able to relax with ease during the duration of my stay. The staff very accommodating and it was amazing to have the peace of mind. I would rate the value 10/10. Thank you:)

    « Comfort on a Budget »

When I visited, they were working on some of the rooms. The rooms themselves are a bit worn out, but are generally well kept and very clean. I needed a room on a tight budget, and this delivered nicely. If you want an elevator, free massages, restaurant cooked meals and on demand room deliveries, this isn't the place for you. What you will find here is outstanding value. (Pro tip) the diner right next to the hotel, ?Goodfella's? is phenomenal. I've been there three times over the last two years and they've never disappointed!

    1
    « Worst stay ever! »

Worst stay ever! Appropriate title for this stay. I have had sketchy stays with BW over the course of the last couple years, but this one took the cake! To top it off, we had colleagues staying in a clean updated Fairfield In. For $63/night which was a kick in the gut! Plus I received an email regarding ?$10 card per stay? which I never received. Overall the quality and value with BW seems to be tanking...

    « Just ok »

The first room we were given was not clean. When we called the front desk we were told the cleaning crew had left so we should clean up the debris and hair ourselves. A short time later the front desk called and offered to move us to a new room. This is what we expected when we first called. The initial response was disappointing and unprofessional but they eventually did the right thing.

    4
« Fine place to sleep at night »

Hotel delivered on what it promised - clean place to sleep the night. I checked in at about 10pm - the front desk person was friendly and checked me in without a problem. I requested "express checkout" and for my receipt to be e-mailed to me - this request was honored. The room was clean. I must have been the first to use the heater in sometime because it was dusty, like any heater which hadn't been used in awhile. Despite the gusty winds outside, I was able to sleep without any interference from noise.

    3
    « Decent »

This particular branch of best western is a decent hotel.Hopefully in the future they would renovate rooms and upgrade their very "springy" beds. Liked their updated reception area, very modern and clean.

    1
« Not worth the price. »

The room was filthy dirty, walls, switches, carpet and a bad odor. The beds were remade with dirty sheets. When we woke up huge cockroaches were in the bathroom. The spa had skin flakes all over the seats and bottom of the spa, the swimming pool was also dirty. The only positive thing was the midnight staff was friendly despite the room condition.

    5
« Awesome clean room. Staff was very friendly..nice restaurant across the street and ampm too »

Clean rooms and nice staff was very easy check in nice bed and very inexpensive for the quality of room ......would highly recommend this motel if you are looking for a clean and safe place to lay your head

    3
    « Best western hotel »

Pretty average. No tub just a shower. But a heated pool for hotel guest. Beware of roaches, I just let him out to find his own room. Walls are pretty thin so hard to sleep if you have noisy people next door or above.

    5
    « Awesome Place »

This BW property is awesome, you honestly can't go wrong. It's conveniently located close to plenty of restaurants and fast food drive trough's. If shopping is what your into there are plenty of local shopping malls and outlets that aren't very far. If your coming in from out of town like us and have business in the Los Angeles area on a good day it's not that bad of a drive and you won't have to pay the big city hotel prices. Also if your looking to purchase a new or used vehicle they're are a mass amount of car dealerships all along the 91 freeway. Lastly if you can get online and book a room at a great rate usually around $99 that's just icing on the cake. Oh The Free Breakfast is REALLY AWESOME and the Coffee is great.

    4
    « Good hotel »

Good hotel, clean rooms, very good service, good breakfast, good location near the freeway, comfortable bed, medium quiet room for sleeping, pet friendly. I have stayed at this hotel twice and will stay again.

    2
« I don't usually leave reviews, but I would not recommend this hotel. »

I have stayed in plenty of Best Western hotels and loved the hotels. This particular one had multiple issues. I've never had to switch a room before and I thought that I accidentally booked a smoking room because when I went in the first one (125), it was such a strong smell of smoke. I explained to the front desk staff that if I booked a smoking room on accident, I was sorry & I have asthma, so I couldn't stay in a smoking room. He told me that the room was non-smoking & he had a spray that takes cigarette smoke away. I explained that wouldn't work and he moved us to (126). This room was so gross and dirty, at one point my daughter fell beside the bed (not under, just beside the bed next to the wall) and came up covered in dust, lint & who knows what else. It was so disgusting that she needed to shower just to get cleaned up from the floor next to the bed. The door appeared to have been taken off the pins and hinges in the past. There were holes and dings in the walls that some had been patched and not all repaired or covered. The base boards were not removed or replaced when the carpet was, so there's like 1/2 inch gap where dust mites and other gross stuff was hiding and couldn't be cleaned. The comforters were dirty with spots on them and the beds were hard. I often can look past imperfections and issues, but this hotel had too many to mention or count. On the plus side, the lady doing the breakfast was pleasant, but she didn't have much to work with in the breakfast room. And even though it was small, she had it clean and organized. I think she did the best she could, but I was surprised to not see at least a waffle maker. There were dry biscuits & gravy, but the only way you might get a hot breakfast otherwise is by warming up a refrigerated Hot Pocket or a refrigerated packaged waffle. We often book Best Westerns because my kids like making the waffles, so that was a first for us. If I had known there was a Residence Inn in Corona for the same price, I would've stayed there.

« I would never stay here again! »

The rooms have paper thin walls so myself and the teenage girls with me woke up in the middle of the night to the sound of next door having sex. We could hear every word they were saying and also clearly hear the tv. The shower wouldn't shut off all the way so it made a loud noise both nights. Housekeeping had to have seen it and didn't bother having it fixed or reporting it. Air didn't work well in my room or my friends room. If you are upstairs and someone walks by your room the walkways are noisy and you can hear a vibration. We had multiple families staying there and none of us were impressed. I would never recommend it!

  • 1
    « bad experience »

besides the noise level from the guest above me... having to kill 3 mosquitoes and 1 BIG spider .. my stay was terrible! Water pressure was very low! i would not go to this BW again.. i may try in a different city but most def NOT Corona CA.

    4
    « Surprisingly good »

I was iffy and scared it would be a not very good place. However, I'm happy I was wrong. The bfast is great, they had whole wheat bread, gluten free muffins/cereal, yogurt, fruits, etc. They just need to add a waffle maker to be perfect (for me anyway). The room was clean and nice. The king room has refrigerator and microwave. Housekeeping comes in everyday to make the bed, take trash and put more towels.

    5
    « Great Little Stay »

We had a nice room, perfect size for us and 2 teenagers. AC was cold! Easy check in and out. Staff always seemed to be cleaning. Welcoming people and environment. Parking is a bit sparse on the weekend, but not too bad.

    4
    « Enjoyable stay! »

The pool was slightly dirty & the rooms are a little outdated, but friendly staff made a reasonable prices hotel enjoyable. Stayed three nights, and it was wonderful coming back to a clean room, sheets and towels.

    5
« Excellent place to stay. »

The entire staff was great. Room was clean & comfy. The grounds were very well maintained. The housekeeping staff my favorite. Went above & beyond. Pool & jacuzzi was great. Already booked my next visit. Love it here.

    5
    « Easy to access »

I really love this place and people here are really nice , it is very close to the high way and easy to access. The room is clean. There is also WIFI free. Even though it's our first time to get here but I am sure it's worth to stay

    4
    « totally fine »

The hotel, facility and room were all find. Comfortable and friendly. My only real compliant is that my room in particular didn't have a refrigerator, it has a space for one, but it was missing. I expect a fridge in each room at Best Westerns.

    5
    « very nice »

went to rent a room for 2 nts for a paintball event this past weekend. and this is the closest one to the event where it was taking place (5 miles away). i work in a hotel and requested ground level (which i know request are never guarantee) but got 2nd flr instead which is a lot better due to not be able to hear the people above and close to stairs which is good especially if we're tired. love the comp breakfast and free parking. will definitely return next year for the paintball event again.

    3
« We have stayed at this BW for many years now. »

This time upon arrival the bathroom light was out. There were no trash liners in the container. In the evening it was very noisy as we could hear every step overhead and in the morning when people were leaving they were very loud. No fault of the hotel, just rude people who perhaps thought they were the only ones staying there.

    4
« Great value for the money »

Check in was fast and the staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were clean, with the exception of some dust on the ceiling over the beds. The beds were amazingly comfortable, as were the pillows. Shower was hot. Air conditioning worked really well. The property is well lit and we felt safe walking around at night to the AM/PM store across the street and to the restaurant across the driveway. The pool looked to be clean and well maintained, as was the rest of the property. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the pool while we were there. The free breakfast was better than expected and they kept coming in to make sure that everything was stocked during the breakfast time. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

« PAULITA IS RUDE; PREHAPS SHE HATES HER JOB! »

PAULITA was very rude. My business trip ended a day early so decided to not stay in the hotel the final day. I contacted Hotels.com to get assistance with a refund. They contacted hotels.com and the process over the phone was smooth. Upon check out this morning I went to the desk and stood there for a few minutes waiting for someone to return. I finally rang the bell twice and PAULITA appeared from the back, immediately she was extremely rude and sarcastically said "Sorry for the long wait". I explained that I was checking out early and Hotels.com advised me to brings keys to desk. I asked her for a copy of a receipt showing I had checked out and she refused to provide me with anything. She kept telling me to contact Expedia.com and I told her I didn't book through them. She became very nasty and told me to get out and she wasn't going to give me anything at all and proceeded to walk away leaving me standing there. She then said that she was going to note in the system that I was no longer able to stay in that hotel again. At this point I am really baffled because I simply asked for a receipt. I also overheard a conversation she was having with another guest and her attitude was the same. They don't know how to treat Corporate, Government or Military personal... AVOID THIS HOTEL. I would have given a better review if it hadn't been for PAULITA!!!!!

    « get away »

Very clean, very helpful employees, variety and quality of items in the breakfast room, lady kept checking if we had run out of food. the pool didn't get to try, but looks very clean as well. Parking lot secure, lighting is good. I will stay here in my next trip to Corona Very satisfied overall

    4
    « Comfortable »

It was a nice stay, would stay there again. I was happy to get at room and check in at 6am when arriving into town since my schedule changed, they accommodated me at the house I needed I was very happy.

    3
    « Corona Stay »

Quiet area, across from a gas station with a convenient store. Not too far from Riverside, fast food joints and restaurants. A good place to stay the night on a tight budget. It was a generally good experience, and I had no problems at check in/out.

    3
    « best western corona »

very average, clean, neat and quiet but needed instructions on how to turn on the shower that had low pressure, a blow dryer with no heat, there was a tiny sticker on the envelope for your keys that said the hours for breakfast which I missed by 15 minutes, it was conveniently located to family event I attended, check in person very nice, check out not very friendly

    3
« Get what you pay for »

This hotel is one of the few Best Western's that hasn't been updated. So the overall appearance wasn't appealing. That said, it was clean and the breakfast was decent. I didn't use the pool but it looked very well maintained and very clean. And most importantly the price was right for the location. It was right off the highway and a short drive to the beach as well as other destinations in the area.

    3
    « easy check in »

availability was easy, quick check in it was late, we felt safe in our surroundings, fair price however we wish the room was cleaner the breakfast room and food was in good care variety of food was great

    5
    « No worries Hotel »

I ahve stayed in all kinds of hotels all over the country and abroad. Staying in a hotel should be comfortable and worry free and at a Best Western Hotel, I just realized my rest and relaxation starts once I make that reservation.

    1
    « No bath towels?! »

Check in staff untrained and no common sense. First room dirty and smell like vomit. Second room upstairs and no one brought keys. No bath towels in room and when asked for towels, we were told they find have any!

    2
    « Just One night »

run down Motel off the highway. Not a lot of care. Service allowed noise almost all night from other guests. Breakfast was not really breakfast. It is right off the Highway 91. very small parking lot. There is a cute cafe right next door that is pretty good with large Portions. I think called "Goodfellas"

  • 1
« RUDE front desk (Pauline) »

We had a very disappointing stay at this place, the front desk lady, the rest of the staff were fine and (Pauline) made us feel like we are bothering her every time we requested any type of service, she was very rude, not friendly and should not be at a front desk position at all for sure. We definitely will not be staying at any Best Western establishment from now on after our horrible experience. We will be contacting corporate office and filling a complaint. Very disappointing and not worth the money. If you want to enjoy your vacation don't waste your money at this place.

    4
« Best western is good for the price »

We stayed here on business and will stay again. We tried staying at the motel 6 across the street and that was a terrible idea, the motel 6 is so gross! This best western is nice and has a grab and go snack bag for the people that have to work or leave early.

    4
    « A little too costly »

The environemnt was nice. It was quiet, but a little to expensive, one hundred or so dollars per not was extereme for a Best Western Hotel. Perhaps, they could invest some money in a new inventory of towels.

    3
    « CORONA, CALIFORNIA »

Lower class of the hotel, more motel kind. If your destination is Los Angeles, it is about one hour drive (longer in traffic). Some issues with lights not working, a/c loud, dirty shower curtain, insects spotted between pillows. It wasn't even cheaper than other nicer Best Western hotels.

    4
« Trip to Santa Cruz with Grand kids »

Close to the beach. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Nice pool and hot tub. We got an ocean view and balcony on the pool. Spent most of the of the time at boardwalk and beach. We were with our grand daughter and in laws with their grand daughter. We didn't do the breakfast. It was basic but you could do it. It was about a ten minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. Straight down the street. Rooms had internet and TV with good channels. Clean rooms. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Not real fancy but clean and good value for the price.

    5
    « Extremely Comfortable, Clean, & Quiet »

5 star service, 4 star amenities, 2 star price. Excellent ADA option! If you are looking for peace, quiet, and somewhere to relax this place is Awesome. May seem pricey if you bklm direwct but 3rd party sites are a useful tool here.

    2
« Not up to Best western standards »

Unfortunately the front desk is not friendly and is never at the desk when you come into the office...always had to wait. They were not friendly at all. Would not give an early check in even though we had a wedding. No refrigerator or microwave. We had to throw our left over lunch away instead of putting it in a refrigerator for later. The air conditioner barely worked.

    5
    « Always comfortable here »

Have stayed here numerous times and always find the staff to be helpful, friendly and professional. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The parking lot is a little tight for large vehicles but doable. Good Italian restaurant right across the street.

    5
    « Clean, comfortable motel »

Clean rooms, helpful staff. In room frig could have been colder, but other than that it was a perfect stay. Breakfast was the usual but biscuits and gravy was good ,kitchen area was clean. Internet was adequate. Walls were not too thin, I was never bothered by other motel guest. Parking lot was full although we always found a spot.

    2
    « Needs work »

Needs updating of rooms and staff need to be more accommodating to guests safety. Close to highway. Breakfast was bare and not much fresh selection. It was ok hotel. Room included refrigerator and microwave which was nice but freezer was not clean.

  • 3
    « Nothing fancy »

The lobby decor was impressive but the rooms were average and slightly outdated. Definitely alright for a one-night stay passing through but nothing memorable. Our room smelled like smoke, and it was non-smoking.

    4
« Good price for good hotel. »

Good price for a good hotel. Good service and family oriented. Would stay there again but needs to update breakfast area. Breakfast area is too small and not enough hot foods. Refrigerator and microwave are hard to get to when your bumping into people.

    2
    « Disappointed in Corona »

Room was dirty, food was left from prior guests in fridg, mirrors dirty. Ask for bottom floor room, received room on second level. Breakfast was a little lacking. Only hot food was toast and instant oatmeal. We won't be staying at this location again. We usually like Best Western Hotels and we are a Rewards card holder but this location dropped the ball.

    3
    « Soccer Tournament »

We stayed at the property because of price and proximity to Silver Lakes Soccer Complex how ever it's not that close with about 15min. The rooms are decent the hotel it's self older but you can tell them try to maintain it as much as possible I would stay and recommend this place, but I will mention that Paulina front desk need to be just a little friendlier. She not mean or rude but you can tell she hates her job you can tell she gets up set from questions you ask or or just issue that arise. Breakfast if just your very basic breakfast nothing really special anything below 100 is a great deal anything if 120 you are better paying 20$ and get more for your buck

    5
    « Pleasant and comfortable :) »

Top notch in every way.....from the room & breakfast, to the pool and staff. Walking distance to a nearby restaurant.... very quiet rooms, close to freeway 91; would definitely stay there again. ** ++ ^^##**@@$$**))((<<>>::""@@**++==)&&%%

    « Nice Hotel »

This was the first time we stayed at this hotel. It was a little hard to find due to the construction on the free way. But we enjoyed our brief stay. There is a nice restaurant adjacent to the hotel. They gave us great service. We liked the room. We liked the service. The staff was helpful and pleasant. We certainly would stay here again if our travels take us to Corona.

    3
« nice place good price »

Not a bad place for the price. We had a four night stay and did not have any problems and the room seemed clean when we would arrive back at our hotel. We would be willing to stay at this hotel again in the future

    4
    « Nice hotel. »

Stopped here en route from Pasadena to San Diego. Very comfortable and clean and easy to find off the highway. Ate at the restaurant immediately opposite. Nothing really within walking distance but it was only a stop over so it didn't matter. Friendly reception staff.

    4
« Good Place to stay in Corona »

At first this place seems like it would be loud and super busy with people in and out, but after staying the night I was surprised how quiet it was and I slept very well. I would recommend this Best Western if you are needing an easy place to stay close to the freeway and easy access.

    5
    « Great stay »

I always stay here. Home away from home. I just got upgraded to Diamond Elite. Great program for rewards and status across the best western chain. All of the staff are great. Always treated with respect and courtesy.

  • 4
    « Tasteful Convenience »

Front desk girl/lady was really friendly and helpful. Gave me great directions and recommended the restaurant across the street (another Review). Front off ice was attractive, tasteful without too much over doo.

    4
    « Very nice »

I stayed in 2 different rooms. I had originally booked 2 nights and wanted to stay a 3rd after I got there, hence a different room the 3rd night. Everything was great. The room was very nice, the bed was wonderful. I did like the first room better than the 2nd. It seemed that maybe the first room was in a newer section of the hotel and the 2nd was maybe in an original section. Not quite sure but the first room was 205, upstairs and was wonderful. The 2nd was downstairs on the far end away from the office. It was equipped for a person with a disability. It was clean and decent but not half as lush as 205 had been. Older furniture, the bed was o.k. - really nothing wrong with it. It's just 205 was plush and felt more high end than the downstairs room. The employees were very nice and the hotel is at a convenient location very near the 15 and 91 freeways. I liked it very much and would stay there again.

    5
« Comfortable and clean and quiet »

We booked through the Toll-free number, though I had looked up possible places to stay in Corona and other towns north to Pasadena. When we arrived at 10pm, we had to change rooms since the toilet was running because the flapper replacement was the wrong size and did not seat properly. However, the clerk immediately assigned us another room and wrote up a maintenance report. She handled it very well and efficiently and pleasantly. The continental breakfast was ample, with the attendant keeping the small area stocked continuously, and pointing out where items might be in case we missed it. The bedroom was large and clean and comfortable and quiet, even though the freeway was nearby. The morning office staff was also very congenial.

    2
« Noise with dirty carpeting. »

The room was warm due to lack of a good A/C system. Carpet was filthy!! Railroad close by as well as the person above was either jogging or playing tackle football. Bird dropping allover sidewalk and parking as well as on stair case in front of room 122. A good breakfast offering but other than that it was a waste of $115.

    4
    « Nice-size room, great breakfast »

We were just passing through Corona and needed a decent, not-too-pricey place to stay so selected this Best Western. The people who worked there were very nice, the room was big and clean, and the breakfast was surprisingly really great. They had a lot of options - even gluten free cereal, which made my hubby happy. Fresh fruit, yogurt, good coffee. It was a good start to the next step in our road trip.

« Clean Comfy & Easy to Recommend »

Stayed here two nights while visiting with family. We were able to get adjoining rooms which was useful for our party to be able to visit yet lock for privacy. The rooms are spacious, beds were comfy, breakfast offerings were a nice variety. There was toast making facilities, pastries, fruit, cheese, yogurts, microwave breakfast croissants, cereals, juices, coffee, hot chocolate etc. There was no mini fridge tho and the breakfast room is rather compact but I would definitely recommend this hotel. Wish we could have had time to try out the pool and hot tub, they looked clean and inviting.

    « Exceptional Staff »

This hotel has become a home for me as I'm currently homeless in search of employment. I have stayed here 1/4 of all my time in hotels since 2015. The rooms are roomy if it be a queen, king, or double queen. I enjoy this place to constant come back for Holiday stays. They have upgraded their bath soap to Zest from original best western soap. They have upgraded their cups two white. Ive seen a lot of the upgrades they have made and its been a good journey.

« Clean, Quite, and professional staff! »

Best Western's are most often than not, our hotel of choice, but the Best Western in Corona is one of the best. The staff is friendly, professional and extremely courtesy. The rooms are clean, pleasant and always quiet. Would highly recommend!

    « Better than expected »

Arrived late to find very nice staff at check in and was accommodated with the room i requested. Rooms are clean. Hotel has plenty of parking. Easy access to freeway and hotel was very quiet so had no problems getting to sleep. Internet was good. So for the price the hotel is a very good deal.

« Good place to stay when in corona, CA »

The hotel is clean and the facilities good. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The restaurant across the street is excellent. I stay here two times a year (3 -4 days each) as it is close to an event I attend about every 6 months.

    « stayed a few times »

overall it is a good best western with a Pool and Jacuzzi. there is also a washer and dryer. there is a restaurant next door and a AM/PM across the street, I would stay here again if I needed too. A Walmart is close.

« Very good accommodations for the price. »

The furnishings were a little dated but well maintained, parking accommodations were poor but I drive a truck and parking can sometimes be a challenge, and the location next to the freeway was a little noisy, but otherwise a great stay.

« Great place to stay. »

This Best Western was quite close to freeway and not far from local amenities. Great experience especially the helpfulness of the staff. Beds were extremely comfortable and even though next to freeway didn't hear a thing. I would definitely recommend staying here if you need to stay in Corona.

    « Worth the stop »

Great staff, clean rooms, awesome pillows. Location is great, access from freeways is very convenient. Always has a place to park near rooms (if you get there before 8pm). Breakfast room just updated and opens earlier than any other place around. Love the staff, so be kind to them!

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Clean and fairly new. Will visit again soon. The breakfast is really good. Love how friendly everyone is here. Everything was very clean . Including the pool which is 7ft deep and awesome!

    « Fantastic all round! »

What a great hotel! Very friendly on reception, rooms are large and very clean and comfortable. The pool area is amazing, there is a warm Jacuzzi as well as a decent sized pool. Again, all very clean, we saw the pool guy several times taking real care to make sure it was kept in good order. He was very friendly too. The breakfast was really impressive- boiled eggs, cheese, fruit pots as well as the normal breakfast stuff you'd expect. Would highly recommend!

    « Worth the Price... »

The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and very helpful. One of my main concerns when picking a hotel was feeling safe. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Also, the selection of TV channels was great. Breakfast was also nice and there were fast and easy selections, which included fruit, yogurt, etc...

we had made reservations for 6/8/2016 and asked for the first floor since we are both handy cap and when we checked in jackie said she did not have anything on the first floor even though we reserved in advance. She gave us a room on the second floor in the end of the hall, my husband had to make afew trips since there was no elevator same thing when we were leaving back and forth again. when we turned the key in we were asked how are stay was and we told them what happened and they were shocked at our treatment, they asked if we had been offered another room on the first floor we said no. since our treatment was so bad we will not be staying there again very disappointed Mr. and Mrs. Franco

« Expensive for area and service »

I stayed here because there were no other options in the area available online. Once I got there i saw every other hotel around was half what I paid. When checking in with the trip advisor rate I paid $120 ish. The couple checking in in front of me with no reservation paid $85. They wouldn't change my cost to match the going rate. Kind of a rip of you ask me. I was traveling on motorcycle and they wouldn't let me park along this area without parking spots and had me park in the overflow lot instead. Super annoying since when I woke up there was a car parked in that area! The room was nice, bed was good, but service and cost difference killed this one for me.

« Friendly Staff, somewhat dated accommodations »

It's been years since we stayed and not much has changed. The staff upon arrival was very friendly and helpful, and when the TV remote didn't work, a new one was brought up to our room. As we were only spending the night, we didn't use the pool or other amenities. Their cont'l breakfast is served from 6am until 9am, however we weren't up and about in time. We packed up and headed to the office to check out and mentioned that we usually stay at Best Westerns and this one ends breakfast earlier than most. Knowing that we are Best Western Rewards members, the staff member said she had just closed the breakfast room but would re-open it for us to enjoy whatever was left. Well the one really good thing I can say is that their Cont'l Breakfast is better than most! There was plenty to choose from and they have a larger eating area than most Best Western's. That said, we thanked them, checked out, and hit the road. Regarding the 'road', Cal-Trans is doing major work on the 91 freeway and the freeway traffic is terrible from Yorbe Linda on past Corona and the 15 Interchange! But if you want a nice, clean (somewhat dated) room, the Kings Inn is fine. Enjoy

« Great Staff, Not so Great Room »

The room had stained carpet throughout, which gave the room an overall dirty feeling. Also the electrical outlets were outdated and not enough offered in our day of technology. Beds were clean. The value of the room was overpriced for what I was expecting.

« Great hotel, very friendly staff »

Everything was excellent. The staff was very friendly. Room was extremely clean. DIY laundry was especially convenient. Stayed there several nights. Will definitely stay there again. GoodFellas restaurant nearby has excellent food.

    « Great Stay »

Hotel was awesome! I was even given a nice little care package of goodies when I arrive. The room was nice and bed, compfy. Only problem was children running and paying on the 2nd floor at 7am....totally broke my sleep.

I had a good experience staying at this hotel. Facility and property were nice, it was very close to highway, the staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and the free breakfast was very good. I would stay here again.

    « Pleasantly surprised. »

I needed to keep my two night stay under $150 because I was being reimbursed by Terminex during our house tenting. So I knew the neighborhood, and I knew that the freeway next to it is under construction. I was concerned that as a women alone, I wouldn't be safe or get a good nights sleep because of noise. Both concerns were unnecessary. The room was quiet, the place well kept, the staff excellent. One small glitch - an upper room had a leak so my first room had a wet bathroom floor. No problem, Mindy, the manager too great care of me, switched me right away and thus problem solved. I you are looking for reasonable, clean well kept, this is the place. Breakfast, though no hot offerings, was full of variety and very good.

This hotel is in a great location. Close to stores, restaurants and gas stations. Walking distance to restaurant. Good customer service. Eating area is small, continental breakfast. Great price for room with 1 bed.

    « Great Value »

Me and my family have stayed at this location about 7-9 times in the past 12 months and all stays have been great. For the Best Western members this is one of the more affordable hotels that give you the best value for your dollar.

« No Microwave or minifridge in standard room »

Ok overall but amentities are lacking, I spent five days here and they could not provide a microwave or minifridge, this required an upgrade to a room with two queens, yet I'm solo in a room with a king? I did not really use the breakfast but it was sorley lacking compared to other BW, no eggs, potatoes or bacon mainly cold food or prepackaged bread. Watch for the night road crews staying, they stay up late and party, very noisy even past eleven during the week.

    3
    « Pleasant »

The facility was filled to capacity. More compliance with A.D.A. could be much better. A bit loud from other customers. The parking situation could have been much better, with more handicap designated stalls needed.

    « 91 construction nightmare »

They allow dogs which is great! They are currently providing accommodations for the many contractors and sub contractors that are involved in the 91 reconstruction. That being said, jacuzzi and pool area was not a comfortable atmosphere. Eyes were on myself and my daughter EVERYWHERE we went. So I suggest waiting to stay here if you're a single female until after the contractors leave. Many of them hung around the parking lot, drinking beer and smoking every night until about ten pm. Management didn't do anything because no one complained. The breakfast, we never had, it was gone by the time we got there, 745am. Am/pm mini mart is across the street and their coffee/juice and breakfast choices were fine. The staff is really friendly and cooperative with any requests. The beds were really comfortable and the air conditioning was awesome. I would have given a better review if we had been notified of the nightly loitering outside our room, we would have chosen a different place.

This hotel is typical of most Best Westerns...You get a quality room with a quality breakfast for a fair and reasonable price. The hotel was convenient to our destination and our next day activities and drive home.

    « Nice place. »

Cute place. Our room was clean m, with cute little touches... The tp and tissues were folded into bows. The towels were folded into fans. Good Wi-Fi, the beds are on the hard side but our room was in the corner so it was nice and shaded so it stayed dark so we could sleep in. The continental breakfast was nice. Good selection of hot and cold items.

    3
    « Clean Rooms »

Our room and facilities were nicely taken care of. We travel with a dog and our room did not get serviced in our absence even though there was nobody and no dog in the room. Great location with a restaurant across the street and another a block away. The 91 is a mess right now.

« Disappointed! Nothing like pics online »

I was so disappointed with this hotel. Overpriced to start, and run down. The room next to ours was a gentleman who has been there a very long time and smokes likes a chimney. The noise level was so loud I had to sleep with ear plugs in. We had streamers knocking on our door after 11pm that night multiple times, looking for drugs we learned after he knocked on neighbors door and didn't keep his voice down. Our room was dirty and smelt, the bed was hard and had dingy bedding. I was so unsure of my safety I checked out at 6am after my husband left for work, quickly to find a safer place for us to stay. The staff was nice, yet we only encountered one.

This hotel was nice and clean - rooms were large. Breakfast foods were good except for the hard boiled eggs were mushy and old. There is a really nice restaurant with great food within walking distance - we ate breakfast and lunch there.

« Clean and comfy and great staff »

Wonderful place to stay. Rooms very clean, beds so comfy, great morning breakfast. Coffee delicious. Every staff member goes above and beyond the call of duty. Just do not recommend Goodfellas restaurant across the street. Had eggs benedict, tasteless. So tried dinner steak, spaghetti and 3 shrimp. The steak was cooked to dry, could not cut iy. When i sent it back the manager argued with me as i was making them lose profit. Arr you kidding me. Would never go there again. And very pricey. The breakfast the hotel serves is very nice.

« Dismal Best Western of Corona Stay »

This hotel needs a major cleaning and upgrade. Do not get the continental breakfast. If you do, make sure you check the supposedly "hard boiled" eggs. The eggs are a mix of non hard boiled eggs which can be a great surprise when cracking. The rooms are filthy and interior smells horrible. I would avoid this Best Western at all costs.

    « Near the Hospital »

This is not a Marriott. But the room I had was reasonable in price, very near the Corona Medical Center and I only slept there. Since my husband was having emergency surgery, I was alone and concerned but I never felt insecure about spending the nights here. My room was always clean, there was not "smells" in the room , the neighbors quiet, and the management was more than helpful. As I walked to get ice at night, people I saw were my age, respectful and kind. Although it is not new or modern, the room was not expansive, it was clean, my room was in good condition, and I felt safe. So I fell good about giving a good review to an older hotel. I was convenient and fulfilled my needs. Thank you to the management.

« Best of Best Western »

From beginning to end, the staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and well maintained. They also had one of the most sanitary and ample continental breakfasts. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again in the future.

« Seedy hotel with terrible customer service and charges bogus fees to the elderly »

We stayed in the Corona, California Best Western Hotel in October. We arrived before check-in time, and asked for an early check in. When we got to the room noticed that the door was hard to shut, and also the room was very dank and the fan in the bathroom did not work. There were nails in the wall near the door where it had been temporarily repaired. We assumed that we received a lower quality room that had pending repairs because of the request to check in early, so didn't think much more of it. Two days after we checked out, we received a phone call from the hotel manager informing us that we were being charged $150 on top of our stay for a door that had been kicked in. We are elderly and disabled. I can assure you that we did not kick in the door to the hotel room. However, it is very concerning that we received the room in this condition and still continued to pay the full price for it, and then on top of that we were blamed for the damage that already existed. We are perfect candidates: elderly, out of town guests that stayed one night. We are 100% victims of a greedy hotel operator that is blaming damage on innocents instead of seeking out the real source. This is a scam! Adriano Feijo, General Manager, refuses to refund the charge.

    « Horrible! »

This place is so seedy. I'm sure there was prostitution going on and the staff has to be aware of it. The room was so stuffy and outdated. The breakfast room was nice but so very small. The "gravy" that they serve looks and smelt so nasty. I can't even describe it. I usually don't leave reviews because I never have time but for this I made time! I can't believe that this is a Best Western. Beware when staying here! If you don't mind illegal activities going on around you... By all means go for it.

    « Good Location »

This hotel was in a nice location close to the 91 and 15 freeways. It was clean and mostly quiet but the tub needed to be refinished and the room was a bit warm at night even with the air cranked way down.

« Good prices, lovely rooms, helpful and friendly staff. »

We have been doing a road trip around California and surrounding States over the last 2 weeks and Best Western have become our first choice 'go to' hotel/motel chain. This lovely and charming accommodation in Corona proved to be no different than all the other Best Westerns we have already stayed in. It allowed myself and my family to settle down in comfort, relax in a clean and quite spacious room with decent a/c and allowed us to catch up on 2 weeks of The Walking Dead while crashed out on the large freshly made beds. One extra thing that made this establishment stand out compared to the others BW we have stayed in was the front desk assistant manager who was extremely polite, very welcoming and eager to make our stay as nice as possible. Thank you for that and very much appreciated. Oh, just one thing though....there is one clock on the wall behind the front desk that will annoy anyone with OCD. It's half an hour out compared to all the others and NEEDS to be sorted out asap :-p

« Good value accomodation but heavy road noise »

Hotel, rooms and facilities are all great, but we were all awake most of the night due to the very high road noise. The noise of Big trucks, fast cars and motorbikes most of the night was the worst I have experienced in a while. Shame as its a good value clean and friendly hotel. They need to invest in some really good soundproofing and triple glazing that works.

    4
    « Affordable Comfort »

Motel style comfort. Less hauling of belongings from car to room. No tipping for bellboys or valets. Quite comfort during the week before families arrive on weekends. Breakfast is tastefully arranged to provide a good start for the day.

« Always consistent, never over priced »

Thanks for another good stay at your location. I think Best Western has become my GO TO hotel for when we are on the road. Keep up the excellent customer service and know it is appreciated. We will defiantly see you soon. The Continental breakfast in the morning is just a nice touch and helpful way to get the day started !

    3
    « nice and comfortable »

We have enjoyed staying here because it is close to where we need to visit. They take care of any problems when reported and they have good service. It is also close to the freeway and other than the construction it is easy to get around.

    « Really Great »

The staff was incredibly nice and friendly, rooms were clean, beds were really comfortable and breakfast was very good, prices were great. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to stay there again!

    4
    « Nice hotel »

Average rooms but clean with most everything you need, refer and microwave. The shower head was one of the best that we have had in all our stays, anywhere. It wasn't the hotels fault but with the Caltrans ongoing construction, that made it a nightmare to go anywhere.
