    « Excellent Staff »

The staff that was working when we where there, Sara, was so thoughtful and kind. She did everything she could to help us. Instead of being grumpy because she had to work on Thanksgiving she was amazing. The room was very nice, and the pool was great. Very comfortable beds. Thank you Sara!??

    « Couldn't have asked for anything. »

The Best Western Plus in Chehalis had everything we needed. The reception staff was very accommodating, finding us a room with handicap grips. The breakfast buffet included a to-order omelette station. The room was quiet and had everything we needed. Even though we didn't use it, the pool was quite large, and the exercise room was complete.

    « Average Hotel »

The property was clean and well kept, however for the amount of your stay ($$), that is the minimum expected. The only thing we experienced was the bathroom vent did NOT room odors or steam, therefore it all went directly into the room. The only options was to open the room window while it was raining and cold. Staff was nice and without issue. Rooms where clean.

    « Wedding »

We had an excellent stay at the Best Western. Very convenient location being right off the I-5. Very good choices for breakfast. Friendly staff and our room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Would recommend the Best Western if you staying in the Chehalis area.

« Easy Access and Quiet Hotel »

Quick access off of I-5 to this pleasant, quiet hotel. Plenty of parking; rates are decent. Lots of construction works use this hotel because it's clean, quiet and easy to reach the interstate. Breakfast is decent; there are other restaurants nearby if you're looking for more than standard fare.

« This place goes the extra mile!!! »

We booked this hotel as we were attending a wedding nearby. It was chosen based on convenience only. We were pleasantly surprised with the value we received for the money and for the extra attention to detail that the operators offer their guests. At check in we were served cookies and offered coffee. In our room, We had a keurig with pods, disinfectant wipes in the phone and on all remotes, plus a snack basket with cheese it's, two waters and a candy bar and fruit snacks... the room was very clean also and the beds were comfy. We had a choice of two papers the next morning along with a full hot or cold breakfast. Staff was helpful... not only did they give an a sewing kit but the clerk threaded my needle for me!!

« Top notch Best Western »

During our recent two week trip, we stayed at 10 different hotels (5 of which were BW's). This location was near the top and the free breakfast offered was the best of the trip. We stayed in a King suite room that had a separate living area and bedroom. The room had a fridge, and actually had two TV's, (not the we needed it). The free breakfast was top notch. They were doing made to order Omelets, but had other hot food served buffet style. They also had the typical cold offerings, cereal, muffins, etc. my only complaint about the breakfast was there was only two juice offerings (Orange and Cranberry). Great stay.. highly recommend...

We normally had good luck with BW hotels, so staying in an unfamiliar we booked with BW. We called ahead and the price was great, so we went on ahead and booked. The staff was so nice upon arrival and very helpful with restaurants. The hotel room smelled so clean and new which was such a nice change from the last 2 hotels we stayed in along our travels this trip. The beds were very very comfortable, and again, so so clean. The omelette breakfast in the am was by far our favorite breakfast during our entire vacation. We stayed a week traveling from Seattle to Bend OR and this breakfast was hands down the best. Amazing!! I wish all BW had this omelette bar

    « Best stay ever »

This was our first time staying here. Best experience ever. Clean rooms, friendly staff and great breakfast. We will definitely change where we stay in the future and look for Best Western on all our trips, but will definitely always stay here on our way through town.

    « work stay »

The stay was good and I will stay again. the food was fresh and breakfast was very filling. I plan on staying at this spot in the near future. the parking was good it allowed me to park an 18 wheeler so there you go. hopfully this helps you out

    « Biking »

One of the best BW's we have stayed in. When you travel 50+ nights per year, it seems the little things stand out. Wipes provided for cleaning items like TV controllers, the built in desk with multiple plug ins for electronics. Well thought out! The overall décor was excellent. Great value!!

    « Still amazing! »

Drove an extra 24 miles to stay here again and it did NOT disappoint. Stayed here Sept 2015 and was impressed then also. Employees very accommodating, hotel is very well kept, bed very comfortable, and breakfast is the best of all Best Westerns. Great stay for a reasonable price.

    « Always Friendly »

We always enjoy staying at this Best Western. We come every year for the Timberland Kennel Club dog show. There are cheaper hotels, but not as dog friendly, clean, great staff (they even bake cookies), great rooms, and a great breakfasts. My only comment is that the beds in our room were very firm. We highly recommend this hotel for a goid rest and especially if you are traveling with your furry family members.

    « Good BW »

After visiting Mt Rainier, we were passing through looking for the closest BW, because we always stay at BW! We got a King suite, the room was clean, had free snacks, and was pretty comfortable - but pretty dated and little dark. There's a subway next door, and a gas station, and the staff recommended where to eat.... and where not to eat. A clean, comfy place to stay!

« Spur of the moment stop »

On the way to the Oregon Coast, we stopped at the Puyallup Fair "for a little while"> Well, that wound up lasting 9 hours. We were barely past Olympia when I annonced that I wasn't gonna drive for much longer. It was 7 pm, and I was done. My wife looked up hotels on the way, and this one popped up. Well, that's perfect! Always prefer BW hotels. The nice lady at the desk was very helpful and efficient. It took no time for me to get checked in. All the while, we carried on a very pleasant conversation. And the price she quoted was in line with other similar hotels. I paid less due to being in the Rewards Club, and having a Retired Military discount. We landed in room 318. One of the largest in the place. Looked clean, and smelled clean. Bathroom was spotless. Even the couch, which for any hotel is saying something. The only issue is the remote control for the TV. The volume control and the mute button refused to work at all. Since we really don't watch TV unless were ona trip, we really don't care. But sooner or later, someone's gonna pitch a major fit over it. Should we ever need to stay in Chehalis again, it'll be here.

    « Best Sleep! »

Love this hotel! The bed was so comfortable, just right hardness to it. Wish we took a look as to the maker of the mattress. The staff was very polite and helpful. We only stayed for less the 12 hours so cannot comment on the amenities. Our room had a lot of solid surface to put your suite case so no need to put things on the floor and a nice sitting area. It was very clean. Note: My "value" is a 3 because we stayed less than 12 hours.

    « Great place »

after a stressful night in another hotel nearby we had to check out of there and had no where to go to. Came across the BW and they got us in with no notice beforehand and it was very very nice. had made to order omelets if we wanted them and lots of other food for breakfast. would stay there again and recommend it to anyone who needed a place to stay in that area.

    « Prices went up »

This property has been recently purchased by a new operator and the prices have been increased substantially. They used to have a nice little wine/beer selection, but don't have a permit at this time. They still offer a great little breakfast and on Wednesday nights they had light foods such as cheese, breads, fruit and soft drinks.

« Great clean stop and good for pets! »

We stayed here while traveling with our dog and it was great. We have stayed at some rather sketchy hotels that take pets but these folks do it right. Pergo floors! Comfy beds & breakfast with nice folks at the front. But if you book via an online service you should call to make sure there is a dog room waiting for you! We checked in and ended up with the last dog room even tho we had prepaid.

    « Nice, clean , quiet , convenient hotel »

Gas station and restaurants nearby , close by I - 5 . Cleaning tissue provided for TV remote control and I am pleased with this thoughtfulness, So I am very appreciative of it. For breakfast, you can have your choice of ingredients in your omelette.

    « Nice room! »

We arrived here at 2:00 AM. Left at around 6:30 AM. The cost was high but it wasn't their fault that we arrived so late. Room was large with nice flooring. No carpet. Everything was clean. Breakfast was good and they even had fresh made to order omelette. Yum! Would go back and hopefully stay longer.

« Great Visit to the area »

We were 2 couples visiting the area for a few days in July, 2016. We had 2 rooms - one more economical with a trailer parking lot view and the other was a larger rather nice room. (photo below) Tubs were super small but fine. Small fridge and microwave in both are convenient. Breakfast is from 7 to 9:30 and was decent and included a made to order omelette station. Coffee and tea always available. Convenience store close by, as was Denny's and others. Staff were kind and efficient - we had a clogged drain that was tended to within an hour! Overall - a decent Best Western experience!

    « Near everything »

Needed a place, a day ahead we called and got the last room available. Typical chain room, but what I liked was the long counter that extended nearly the depth of the room..handy. decent beds, walking distance to Dennys and Subway. Custom omelet offered in free breakfast. Small parking lot.

    « Exceeded expectations »

I expected a standard mid-range hotel experience, and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel has been recently updated and the color scheme is warm and welcoming. My room was small (one queen bed), but included a microwave, mini fridge, and a very nice business desk set up with multiple connections for laptops and other devices. The room was spotlessly clean, and it is apparent that this hotel is taking proactive measures to prevent the modern scourge of bedbugs. Also, they are very environmentally conscious, having body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the shower and separate colored washcloths to use for makeup removal. The complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise, with made to order omelets in addition to the usual hot/cold foods and make your own waffles. Staff was friendly and helpful at all hours of the day and night.

« Great Place to Rest »

Nice and clean. Comfy and safe feeling. Great rooms. Good breakfast area and food. Elevators work fast. Easy to get on and off of the freeway. Lots of restaurants in the area. Close to things to see and do.

    « Nice But Pricey »

There is no disputing that fact that this property is nice. The location is fantastic, the rooms are clean and fairly quiet, and the curb appeal is good. But, I can't get past the price. For a town the size of Chehalis, this has to be one of the most expensive, if not the most expensive, places to stay. My room was large, two queen beds, a desk and chair, a small couch and table and a decent bathroom. But there are other choices that have the same amenities at a lesser cost. So why did I stay here? Because I had stayed here 6 years ago and knew the place would be clean and quiet. But after staying for two nights, I checked around and found I could stay at a close by location at less than half the price. My room set me back $168 per night. I have stayed at hotels in big cities for about the same price. Oh yeah, it does come with a breakfast. It is the usual cereal, omelettes, juice and coffee - not what I call a nice breakfast. Yes, I slept well, but I had to endure the shriek bark of a small dog right down the hall. I don't travel with a little yapping dog, and I wish nicer places, such as this place touts itself, would not allow dogs or cats or pets. There are other places that will. Would I stay here again. No.

    « Great Staff & Pet Friendly »

I stay here when ever I am in the area. The hotel is pet friendly and there is actually a grassy place for your pet. It is the best place to stay for business or pleasure centrally located to see the area. The bed is very comfortable and the breakfast is always hot and fresh. The pool area is clean and the hot tub is good for relaxing when the workday has been too long but, the fitness center could use a rowing machine.

    « unfriendly staff »

when I checked in the person at the desk said nothing when I handed her my I. d. she had no greeting nor did she say thanks for staying with us it was like she was a deaf mute I told the manager about it the next morning

    « Suite was perfect! »

Stayed for a softball tournament weekend in Centralia. The suite was perfect for our family of three. Daughter loved the extra room, girls were able to hangout and we had more space than any other hotel stay of the summer. There was complimentary breakfast and I would have given our stay 5 stars had the breakfast been a little better. Definitely would stay here again!

    « Nice enough »

We stayed here for a quick visit to family in the area. The omelette bar was a great addition to the breakfast menu, though my children had a hard time finding options other than that for them to eat. Some fresh fruit would have been great for them. The pool hours were not great. Partially this is due to the fact that we were still in Eastern Time Zone, but with kids, I would expect many kids want to swim before checkout and with an opening of 9 am, that was a little tight. I really liked having the shower toiletries right in the shower, though our conditioner dispenser was not working. But the idea is very helpful. Overall a nice hotel, and we would stay there again when in town.

« Clean hotel, close to freeway »

Rooms were clean, Amenities okay, Breakfast could have been better, but there was a good selection and if you like eggs there was an employee making personalized omelettes. I would have liked some fresh fruit instead of canned fruit and a few more hot choices, and hot chocolate. I thought the price for this hotel was too high and felt like it should be lower priced for this area.

    « Friendly staff »

Very pleasant staff. Helpful and professional. Made an extended stay very comfortable. Even had to make some last minute changes to upcoming reservations, and the staff were supportive and resourceful.

« Good choice while passing through »

This hotel has better amenities than the BW Pony Soldier, where I often stay during business trips to Portland, OR. The staff are very helpful and courteous. They recommended the Rib Eye steak house, which was a cut above Outback Steakhouse

« Swimming only for the fish »

In my opinion: After a long day on the road we packed and were looking forward to a relaxing visit to the pool and hot tub. Down for maintenance was the staff's report. No discounts offered due to this problem. This is the 3rd time this has happened to us in the last year at a Best Western. :-( Staff was appropriate but made no effort to go above and beyond. Parking was extremely tight and we have a small car. Our first floor booking request put us on the 3rd floor next to the elevator to contend with patrons noise ALL NIGHT LONG. On a brighter note: Room was very nice, the heating and cooling unit had a thermostat and was exceptionally quiet. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional with made to order omelets and good variety of selections.

    « Outstanding »

Excellent, clean, well-kept facility. Staff efficient, pleasant and thoughtful. Breakfast was over-the-top. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay at any price, but the price was very reasonable.

« Best In Chehalis, WA »

A very nice, comfortable and clean hotel. I have stayed here on numerous occasions and have never been disappointed. From the indoor pool to the breakfast buffet.. everything is always wonderful. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Centralia/Chehalis Washington area.

    « Great experience »

We stay at this facility every time we visit our family in Chehalis. All the people working here are welcoming, friendly and more than willing to help with anything we need. We especially like that our 2 Welsh Corgis are welcome too. They even provided dog blanket for us one time. The breakfast is also a big draw. Made to order omelets, biscuits and gravy, waffles, scrambled eggs and much more. Overall Wonderful!

« Way Better Than Expected »

My usual hotel was booked so I took a chance on this Best Western based on the great reviews it receives. I was pleasantly surprised, I don't stay at many BWs and this one was quite nice and very convenient right off of I5. I like that there are a few food options within walking distance and a gas station right next door. The best part was they have a fresh omelet bar available with the usual breakfast offerings.

    « Comfortable Stay »

This room had the best bed that I remember having in a hotel. The room was clean and neat. We used the hot tub, but not the pool. I have hip issues and the pool stairs were too steep. The breakfast was great.

    « Dog smell »

The room was a nice size but had a very strong dog smell. When discussing this with the front desk they offered no solution other then to let the cleaning staff know to clean better the next day. We only stayed one night so this was no help. If not for the awful dog smell and not helpful front desk person this probably would have been a decent place.

« A pleasant relaxing road trip stop. »

Stopped here overnight on a vacation road trip, and was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were overly large, extremely clean and reasonably priced. We stayed in a double queen room, which also had a sofa bed, table and chairs, microwave and fridge and work station. The beds were comfy, and the room had lots of plug ins to recharge electronics. The free wifi worked great. There were plenty of big fluffy towels. Although the hotel is located right on the freeway, it was very quiet inside. The pool and hot tub was nice and clean and the water in the pool was nice and warm. The free breakfast was better than most, with omelets made to order, which we really appreciated. The staff was friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend this place!

« Nothing fancy, everything just fine »

Dead easy to find off I5, friendly check in, the room was great, spacious and comfortable beds. Coffee is on tap all day, breakfast was good. All in all, there is nothing exceptional about it, it's not pretentious, but absolutely nothing to criticise.

« The best Bestwestern i have ever stayed at »

Everyone we came in contact with were great. The person that took care of the breakfast room made omelets that were perfectly cooked. Generally, I find Bestwesterns to be comfortable for the price. This one was exceptional. I hope they keep it up.

« Clean, comfortable room handy to I-5 »

Our room was very clean and quiet, the bed was super-comfortable and the desk work space was great. No signs of wear and tear in the room or corridors, so remodeling must have been done recently. Staff members were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was sufficient to get us started on our way the next morning. The hotel is located right off of I-5 exit 76 in a rather busy area. Denny's and convenience/fuel marts are adjacent. More complete dining options two exits north (#79), about five minutes away. Would stay there again if traveling in the area.

« Always a pleasure to stay here »

The staff are always so friendly and treat us so well. Great breakfast. Rooms clean and beds comfy. Don't know what else to say as always stay there and it is great. Haven't tried the pool but looks clean and well kept up

    « nice stay »

it was nice! verry friendly staff and yummy breakfast! i would deffinatly tell others to stay there! on a trip with my girlscouts.. nice motel and pool clean rooms very well kept would of liked it a bit cheaper

    « Nice Stop »

Small and quiet place to stay with made to order omelette for breakfast. Very helpful staff. Clearly the best option in the area. City of Chehalis offers few amenities but Centralia is just up the road.

    « Wonderful Hotel »

We enjoyed riding the beach cruiser bikes that are free for use from the front of the hotel. The breakfast was wonderful. Lots of variety and options. The staff at the hotel were amazing. The swimming pool was very warm and the perfect size for the family. Room and bed were great. We slept well.

« Very nice in Chehalis Area »

With the few decent hotel options in the Chehalis area, Best Western Plus was a great option. It's a nice, clean and comfortable. The check in staff was average, not overly helpful or welcoming. However, the room itself was very nice for the price we paid, plus the breakfast was very good with a nice variety. Overall a good stay and we'll be back when we are in the area.

« Great hotel - but complimentary car charging is the bomb! »

This hotel has the cleanliness and comfort I have come to expect from Best Western properties, but I will never stay anywhere else in the area because it has complimentary car charging. There is a supercharger just 15 minutes up the road, but this is so much more convenient.

    « Always Good »

This really is the only place we consider to stay when we visit my wife's parents in Chehalis. The staff are always excellent, the amenities like the pool are a bonus and the hot breakfast saves time and money.

    « Comfortable and clean »

This was a nice hotel for a two day business trip. I felt the staff was polite and cared about the quality of their work. My room was very neat and clean. The hotel appears a little dated, but do I care? Nope, I couldn't care less. I care about the staff and is the place clean and it exceeded expectations. The hotel location was convenient to my meetings in Centralia and near the highway.

« HIght Tech great surprise »

I was gladly surprised that my room had an easy connection to HDMI cable to the desk which made it easier for me to transform the TV into a second Monitor. Something that I struggle with in all hotels. This is my first time in a Best Western. Certainly I will look for more hotels from this chain.

« Good place to stay in Chehalis »

There are not many decent choices of hotels in the Centralia/Chehalis area. This is one of the good choices. Our suite was large, clean, and comfortable. The included breakfast was one of the best with made to order omelets available as well as scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, and the other usual options. There is charging station available in the parking lot for electric or hybrid cars which was great for us. The only downside is that it is not really close to much of anything (although that being said, these are small towns and nothing is very far away either) just nothing within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you need to stay in the area, this is one of the better choices.

    « Comfortable Beds »

I am super picky about hotel beds. I can say, without a doubt, that this was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in besides my own! Check-in process was easy and very accommodating. Although we didn't eat breakfast there, the food smelled wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

    « I-5 hotel »

A bit expensive but understandable because of the demands for good hotels on the I-5 corridor. The breakfast was good. Very crowded with travelers going somewhere else. Everyone seemed to just be stopping for the night. The fitness room was very small and always had someone in it so I skipped that. The pool and hot tub was small and also always used by other guests.

« Great place to spend the night! »

The staff were all pleasant and friendly. The omelet bar was an unexpected surprise. The rooms are well laid out with plenty of space to put your belongings. Despite the convenience of the freeway off ramp, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The televisions had DVD players attached, so you can watch movies. I didn't, but if I had realized it, I would have brought my favorite movie.

« Nice place to sleep over »

We loved the experience here. Good customer service, nice room, and good breakfast. With the exception of the train, and it wasn't terribly loud, we had a great night. Kit Carson restaurant is nearby, and the food is decent if not inspiring. The bar is cool.

    « Very Nice. »

We had a great visit, staff was nice and hotel was well maintained and clean. Omlets made to order at breakfast was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again if we are looking for a place in the area.

    « Always a great staff »

We are fans of Best Western. Just wanted to give a shout out to Jasmine. Friendly, courteous, and excellent omelette! Thank you again. Rates are reasonable and the amenities are great. Who doesn't love a hot tub after hours on the road! The rooms are always clean, and staff are always willing to go above and beyond. From Smokey Point To Seaside, we love Best Westerns!

« Fishing Trip to Colwitz River »

I had a nice conferrable stay. The location is close to the river so I don't have to drive a long way in the morning or evening. The breakfast is just what I need before I leave in the morning. I think the only drawback is the parking lot and the time breakfast is served. I sometimes bring my boat and its quite cramped in the parking lot. However The clerks allow me to disconnect my boat and use two parking spaces. This is ok, but it would be nice to have designated boat area. The other aspect is if the offered a early bird breakfast at about 05:30 for fishermen. This would be great so I don't have to rush in the morning after I eat. You could have a signup when making a reservation so the duty cook knows how many people will be coming early.

« Nice Stop on a Long Drive - and Dog Friendly! »

This is a perfect little stop along I-5. Nothing spectacular but a nice clean hotel with big rooms, a friendly staff, a solid breakfast in the morning. Extra points for being dog friendly with a nice area in front for dogs to do their business.

« Great stay and really pet friendly! »

We have stayed in this motel several times over the years but not recently. Returned last weekend, and found the place has even improved! Everything is very well maintained. We had booked a pet friendly room and were delighted to find the room was spacious, light, and there was no stained carpeting that smelled of desinfectant! Instead, there was clean vinyl flooring, which I much appreciated. My two spoiled doggies were very happy, and I was glad to not have to worry about fleas or doggy carpet! Also, the reception clerk hands you a bag on check in with dog treats and potty bags. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was impeccable, with dispensers for soap, shampoo and conditioner. TV was easy to use, wireless was fast, fridge was good, temperature was easy to control. We ordered pizza from Sahara's, and it arrived quickly, exactly as ordered, piping hot! Mmhmmm! Great overnight stay at this solid operation! Get a reservation, because this place fills up!

« Excellent facility, good breakfast »

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom very nice. Breakfast was good with freshly made omelets and many other choices. My only complaint and it is a pretty big one is that I personally told the gentleman who was cleaning the room across the hall from me that we would NOT need room service and asked him to change a couple of towels which he gave to me. Later, I went back to him, handed the card over which said "No room service required" (or something similar). I then told him again that we did NOT need any room service. It was a polite way of asking them to stay out of my room. When we returned later in the day, sure enough they had been in the room, done garbage, straightened bed etc. Not sure what they were looking for and not sure what I am missing, but I was very unhappy that my wishes were not honored.

« Best free breakfast we've ever had! »

We were pleasantly surprised by how good the free breakfast was. They had waffles, an omelete bar and even biscuits and gravy! The staff was friendly, and the hotle was very clean. Great place to stay.

« Great place to stay »

The customer service and staff at this hotel is exceptional, hotel is very quite, reasonably priced, and rooms are updated with modern amenity's. They offer a good selection for breakfast including making fresh omelets upon request.

« Family and doggy friendly »

We had such a great stop here. I reserved online about an hour before we got there. Nice reception. It smelled clean when we walked in. We loved our room. Very pet friendly. We even got a doggy bag with two dog treats and poop bags . Very clean room. The conditioner didn't work but I didn't mention it as I didn't need it. They put sanitation wipes on the remote and phone so you could wipe them off :) we will definitely stay there again if we are passing through, heck we would stay there for our whole vacation!

    « Not happy »

We stayed here with a Christmas work thing yet we lived just 5 miles away.. Nice rooms a little crammed. But the front desk was short and no very polite.. Yes my boyfriend and I went to Christmas party for work and the front desk person was very rude and made us feel unwelcome. we left after 4 hours and we were not there for 3 hours and we payed for the room before midnight. Which was a waste of money.. Over priced rooms.

    « Nice crashing place »

I usually insist on the top floor. Being tired and a Weekday I didn't. Although I could hear people coming and going as well as showering it was nice and quiet. Super friendly staff, very well spaced well cleaned room. I would recommend it to people that are not name snobs.

    « Worst Bed Ever »

I've stayed at this property MANY times over the past few years on business and it was by far the worst night of sleep I have received. The bed was horrible and actually ended up moving to the chair and ottoman at about 2:30am until I had to get ready for work at 4:45am. I've always had good experiences with this hotel in the past and has been my preferred hotel when in the area on business...after this experience I will be re-thinking where I stay in the future while on business.

« Best Place to Stay in Chehalis/Centrailia »

This is a great place to stay when you are in the Chehalis/Centralia area. First, all the rooms are nicely furnished and the suites are very spacious. There are great amenities including a pool with spa, a small fitness area, meeting rooms and even a selection of wines and beers you can purchase right on site. Make sure you hit the freshly baked cookies at the front desk in the afternoons. Staff are very friendly and helpful with whatever you need. The rates are reasonable especially if you can use the government/military rate. We stay here whenever we visit my wife's folks and their other daughter and family stay here when they visit as well.

    « nice job »

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this little hotel in a very little town off a main road was so comfortable. The Chevron and Denny's next door made it easy to get all my travel fly by needs easily taken care of. The welcome water bottles and candy in my room were a nice unexpected treat.

« Friendly Fast and Efficient Staff and a Good Breakfast »

We have stayed at this Best Western several times when my daughters softball team plays nearby. We are never disappointed and the staff is always friendly and responds quickly to any request and breakfast is always fresh and ready early to boot. My husband has also used Best Western when traveling for business and has had similar experiences at other locations in Oregon.

    « Just like home »

I was surprised this hotel was as nice as it is. Very comfortable mattress & pillows. Very clean and quiet. Good breakfast in a nice breakfast area. Great coffee didn't have to go to Starbucks to get my fix.

    « excellent service »

Very clean and super friendly staff. They had recommendations for places to eat and things to do. I love Best Western but have never stayed in one of their suites. Will tell all my friends how good it is.

« Excellent customer service, location and beautiful suites!!! »

We have been looking at real estate in the area and decided to stay in Chehalis as a convenient location for viewing properties. We booked this property after seeing the reviews on TripAdvisor and we were very, very happy with our choice! Vanessa the Front Desk Representative that greeted us was just AWESOME. She was truly one of the most warm, hospitable and hellpful hotel staff members that we have encountered during our world travels. Anything we needed she was right there to help!!! I asked her how long she had been with Best Western and she said a couple of months. I was shocked because she seemed like she had years of experience and handled all of our requests with grace, warmth and the utmost in professionalism. I hope this delightful lady is recognized for her excellent service!! We stayed in a beautiful King Suite and it was VERY well laid out and functioned so well for us. The bedroom was completely separate from a FULL living room with all of the great amenities. I also loved the beautiful frosted glass french doors that closed between the bedroom and living room. For what we got, we felt the price was very fair!!!! It may seem a little high when you book it but I highly recommend it because other hotels in the area may be a little cheaper but you do get what you pay for! In closing, thank you to Vanessa and all of the other helpful staff at this beautiful and convenient hotel. We will recommend to family and friends and stay there again, ourselves, should the need arise, without hesitation!!!

« Nice Hotel, Reasonably Priced Excellent Breakfast »

Nice clean Best Western close to Outlet Malls and I-5. Oversized comfortable rooms warmly decorated and recently updated. Welcoming staff and a nice breakfast. Close to I-5 and located pretty much directly between Seattle and Portland.

« Nice for the area, but expensive comparatively.... »

This hotel is probably the nicest in terms of the total offering in the Centralia/Chehalis area. However, the price they are charging is quite a premium for the area as well. This is especially true when there are multiple hotels within 5 minutes of the location at 1/2 the price. We stayed for 8 nights due to a new baby and while the money I spend is not an issue, I dont like feeling like I over paid for something just because it has what I need. Overall the breakfast and staff were very good, accommodating, and the hotel is nice, newer, clean, and I think that for 1-2 night stay its ok for the price. The pool was a little colder than I would have liked but I only got to use it 2 times for a short period. However, after staying 8 nights I think we paid a little more than was worth for the area. If I was willing to stay about 20 minutes away I could have spend 35% less and had the same quality of hotel. When I come back to the area I will look for other options and this will be my second choice based on price, first choice based on hotels currently in the area.

    « Great Hotel »

Best place to stay in Chehalis, WA. Clean, comfortable and great breakfast items! I have stayed here on numerous occasions and always look forward to my stay! Remember to pack a suit for the indoor pool and hot tub!

« Great Location and Staff »

I wanted to write you a letter to tell what a great experience we had this weekend at your hotel. We checked in later in the evening. Your front desk employee, Devan, was very helpful and friendly, she handled every request we had without hesitation and with a smile. Made an end to a long day great! The breakfast was delicious and one of the better BW hotel breakfasts I have had. The omelette bar was a nice change of just having waffles as your main choice! It was delicious and warm! The basketball tourney season has just started, but if we head back to your area we will be staying at this hotel for sure!

« Good place to stay »

I have stayed here twice now and will return when I am back in the area. The staff are very helpful, it is close to the highway and family I feel safe in the neighborhood and while I do not normally travel with a pet I know that for a nominal fee they can stay with me.

    « Just passing by »

It started to rain and even though I only had 100 miles to go for my destination I decided to stop for the night with my dog. This might have been a little expensive however it was worth every dime. No problem with my dog, they gave him biscuits at check in. A large room with work area. A good size vanity. More hair and body amenities than any where else I have ever stayed. Definitely the most comfortable bed I have ever had at any motel. Good selection at breakfast.

    « Amazing stay »

We were pleasantly surprised at how awesome this hotel was. From the warm and inviting lobby to the friendly staff. This hotel had everything, indoor pool, great breakfast, workout room, washer and dryers, conference room. Our room was clean with all the amenities you'd want in a room, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, complimentary bottled water and free wifi! Everything was clean and new. With easy access off the freeway and several restaurants with in walking distance. We were very impressed!

    « Staff »

The staff was very friendly and funny. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was great an having the opportunity to order your own omelet choice was great as well. I would definitely stay at this location again if I am in the area. We were here for a wedding and it was wonderful!

« Great staff, comfortable rooms. »

We have stayed here 5 separate times in the past year and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. The rooms have always been very clean and the amenities within are attractive and work great. This is our first choice when staying in this area.

    « Nice hotel! »

Very nice clean hotel. Good breakfast. The beds were a little hard and my back hurts but the pillows were very comfy. I loved that the sheets stayed on the whole 2 nights! The only other complaint I had was the soap and shampoo dispenser in the shower! Nothing would come out or they were empty! I only found this out after I was in the shower! Room was very clean and updated. Loved all the plug ins! Very spacious! Overall I would stay here again if I found the need to be in chehalis/centralia area!

« Great hotel in Centralia »

The rooms have been modernized with plenty of power outlets. it looks like everything in the room is new. When traveling on business I like to get a room with a refrigerator and microwave - which this room did. Its just too bad I couldn't stay longer.

    « Excellent »

So usually I try to find a Homewood a Suites because of their consistency. I have to say I may be checking into more Best Westerns if they are all like this. Maybe it was the newness but it thoroughly addressed most of the complaints people have with hotel rooms (uncomfortable pull outs, etc). We stayed in one if a few king suites and usually one of my family members takes the pullout. Inevitably I hear how the bar cut into their back. This room had a memory foam pullout mattress. No gaps between the couch and the mattress either. In addition, all the remotes had wipes so you knew they were clean, there was a Kuereg in the room with several choices, a bathrobe in the closet and an ample fridge for your cold stuff. It didn't have a full kitchen but we didn't need one on this trip. I would definitely stay there again if I needed to stay nearby.

    « A Good Place To Rest »

I stopped at this hotel because I was tired, it was raining and I needed rest. It was a good move . I was able to eat locally without needing to drive and then to settle early without excess noise. The room was very comfortable and I was able to rest before the continuation of my journey.

    « Chehalis »

The hotel was up to it's usual high standards. The room we had had been renovated since our last visit and was very nice. Great selection of tv channels. Internet was excellent with a strong wifi signal. Breakfast with the fresh made to order omelettes is very nice. Staff very friendly and helpful.

    « 1 1/2 Hours from EVERYWHERE! »

After reading reviews on TripAdvisor, we were convinced to land at this hotel for nine nights of our visit to the Pacific Northwest. Though locals will tell you there is not much dhappening in Chehalis, it truly is 1 1/2 hours to many sites: the Pacific Coast, Mt. Rainier, Mt. St. Helen's, waterfalls, Portland, Tacoma, Puyallup (where we visited the State Fair). The hotel is right off I-5 in a quiet location. Our king suite had sliding doors to separate the sleeping area from the living area. There were two tvs, a sofa bed, two areas for luggage, and shelves and drawers for storage, in addition to a small fridge and microwave. It was roomy enough for a couple adults and a couple of children. The pool and whirlpool area looked immaculate and I did not see anyone use it in our nine nights there. The bath tub in the room was comfy enough to soak in and bathrobes were provide. The A/C works well, the water got hot, and there were many plugs.Quiet, except for occasional train. Breakfast is best hotel breakfast we've had in a long time. Omelette station with many options or scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns (could be browned more) biscuits, gravy, toasts, oatmeals, cereals, fresh fruit cups. Soup/salad on Wed. evenings. Great Service all around. Only downside, smoking area is outside the front door, in view of the parking lot. I swear the smell drifted into my room near there.

    « Staff extremely helpful »

Stayed here numerous times. Staff is extremely helpful. For example, had to leave before breakfast was served; night clerk gave me breakfast anyway. Convenient location, halfway between Portland and Seattle, and well maintained.

    « great place »

great Place to stay. Got in late pulling a trailer. They Let us park right out front covered by the security cameras. Rooms where clean and comfortable. Front staff was very helpful too. We were checked in really fast.

    « Everything was Perfect. »

Stopped here on way to Oregon Coast for my sister's wedding. I did not want to leave. It was such a nice hotel, my room was so clean and nice, bed was great, pillows awesome, several extra amenities, Staff was very nice and two exits North were all the stores and restaurant you could want. Rates were so reasonable and free Wi-Fi. I did not get down to the free breakfast buffet, but the menu sounded great. I will make Chehalis a destination trip in the future, just to have another night here.

« Ask for the first floor again when you check in if you have a pet »

I don't feel this hotel should have the BW Plus status, it was more like a regular BW hotel. Not impressed with the service or the outlook of the room overlooking a trailer park storage compound. The beds were comfy though.
