We stayed here after turning in our rental car the night before flying home. This was our first time in Buffalo, and we booked this hotel based on the reviews. We can say that they weren't wrong. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The shuttle drivers were efficient and timely. They also gave us recommendations for dinner. The desk staff were also very helpful and friendly. The hotel is on the older side, but our room had everything we needed, including a refrigerator, coffee maker, and comfortable bed. They gave us a grab and go bag because we left before breakfast was served. We would highly recommend this hotel and urge anyone flying in or out to use this property.

Stayed at this hotel for a family wedding. The room was older, but was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Even though this hotel is very close to the airport, it was quiet. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was ordinary. Many Best Westerns have better fare.

My wife and I quite often fly out of Buffalo very early in the morning. Coming from Canada we like to stay over the night before. This was our first time to stay at this hotel and we enjoyed it. It's nothing fancy, but it's very clean and looks like it has been newly renovated. Our flight left before breakfast started but they had little to go bags for us. We appreciated this very much. We had a King bed that was comfortable and a nice TV. The room seemed very quite, we didn't hear people from other rooms. We were actually right beside the ice and vending machines, which would normally drive my wife crazy, but we didn't hear anything. We were able to park our car there for the week we were away. They dropped us off at the airport and picked us up. We will definitively stay here again.

The first thing you notice as you pull into the parking lot is a Denny's restaurant. The hotel is an d style hotel. But very clean. The front desk clerks on Friday and Saturday checking out were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The room was small but clean. My only beefs about the hotel were the bathrooms were tiny and that the tv didn't get movies on a hotel net and the internet was slow. The breakfast buffet had pancakes sausages and eggs. Also cereal and yogurts/fresh fruits and juices. The coffee was actually really good and they offered 1/2 and 1/2 cream and creamers with flavors. Beds were what I call dbls although they are I guess hotel queens. Over all other than no pool it had a small work out area and a computer center for people who need to check email. The price was $130 American about $170 Canadian after taxes. Hotel was well ran and clean so over all I would give my stay a 8 1/2 out of 10 it would of been a 10/10 if it had the hotel net and internet was a bit better. Thanks to all the great staff for making our stay great.

Great place to stay. Close to restaurants,Galleria Mall, Churches, gas stations. Employees helped me to submit a previous stay a few days earlier, great breakfast, plenty of selections. nice rooms, wi fi, close to airport. Will stay there again soon.

If you just need a bed and basic breakfast this is a good clean hotel. Very comfy bed. Good value but nothing special. Friendly staff and helpful. Would stay again if only needed one short night. Location was great for airport. You start hearing planes overhead at 5:30.

The inn is getting old, and could use redecoration, but it is located right at the airport, the cost was reasonable, the transfers to and from the airport were prompt, the staff was helpful, and the room was clean and quiet. We always use it, when we need a park and fly situation. The breakfast was good.

"WORST BEST WESTERN"

The only redeeming quality of this establishment was location and the shuttle service staff. The rooms were filthy, the bathroom fixtures poor u need to flush 4 times to clear, the internet connection was so slow 2MB and for someone on business trip that was really bad. The food was horrible below standard for human consumption, the bananas were rotten and still on display , some food were handled by staff with bare hands..DISGUSTING

Definitely meets its purpose as a Park Stay Fly hotel. Works well for one night. The rooms are clean and adequate. The bed was comfortable. Our bathroom was small, but the sink was outside of it, so the setup worked fine. Seemingly a small thing, but we ran out of facial tissue. It would be nice if an extra box were left when a box only has a few left. It was late so we didn't want to bother the desk. Breakfast featured warm (but watery) eggs and hot sausage, pancakes, packaged oatmeal with a nice variety of toppings, cereal with a choice of 2% or skim milk, fresh bananas, canned fruit cocktail, yogurt, bread, pastries, and bagels. Coffee was middlin' and tea choice was only Lipton regular. No hot chocolate. The breakfast area was kept very clean. We would stay again while passing through because it's affordable and clean.

Recently stayed at this hotel while visiting family, the hotel was perfectly placed for where we needed to be and the price was fairly good to. Upon arriving and checking in at reception the staff were extremely polite and helpful, while checking in the reception person asked us if we would be ok with a ground floor room and we said this would be no problem as it would make it easier coming and going from the hotel, unfortunately what she didn't mention was that the room we were given was situated next to the hotel laundry room where they wash and dry the hotel linen. This unfortunately became an issue for us while staying for a week at this hotel as at around 7-7.30am in the morning on most mornings the machines were being used which would wake us up and then make it impossible to get back to sleep again. I did mention this to one of the hotel staff and he did say he would say something about them being used but nothing changed for the duration of our stay. I would say for future reservations if anyone were offered this room they should be told about this issue and be offered it at a reduced rate. Another issue we had for a few days were us finding black ants coming into the room but after speaking to the staff about this they did their best to resolve this issue. Overall the stay here was ok but the room looked very dated inside and could do with a complete program of modernisation, the staff did their best to keep the room as clean as possible which was good. Would i recommend this hotel to someone else, i think possibly maybe but i would pre-warn them about the issues we had while we were there and let them decide for themselves.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. Checkin easy. Cookies are a great extra. Close to airport and mall. Quiet even though close to airport. Safe parking. Overall would visit again.

A great place to spend the night before an early flight out of the Buffalo airport. The shuttle to the airport runs 24 hours and was timely both there and back when we returned. We loved the fact we could leave our vehicle in their lot, which was included in the price. Would highly recommend!

Called the hotel from the baggage area and driver was there within minutes. Super friendly guy who gave us intro to hotel and breakfast etc. he was a star. On arrival at hotel didn't really carry through, check in was quick but standard and lacked the warmth of the driver and welcome. That said room was very comfortable and breakfast was simple but reasonable. Overall a very comfortable stay and would recommend.

I would highly recommend to anyone flying out of Buffalo to stay pre or post flight. It's really great for Canadian's booking flights through the Buffalo Airport. We arrived, parked and took the airport shuttle to catch our flight to Florida. We stayed one evening on our return. Very convenient, park and fly, friendly staff, great price!

Check in was simple as well as check out. Room was clean. Not modern by any means by has everything you need. Shuttle was actually ready to take us to the airport ahead of time. Very friendly driver. Shuttle picked us up upon arrival back in Buffalo within five minutes and had us back to our car in their lot in no time. This hotel is very very close to the airport. Shuttle ride must be 5 minutes at the most. Excellent choice for an early morning flight out. Our car has stayed on site with a park and fly package for 9+ days twice, without incident. Very good rate for the park and fly. Grab and go breakfast bags are a nice touch.

Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms clean, plenty of towels. The staff was very friendly. Continental Breakfast was good but should go longer than 9:30am. All in all it was a very pleasant stay for the price.

We needed a hotel for a stop along our long drive. We picked a location near the airport because we were unfamiliar with the Buffalo region and weren't sure of which areas are safe or not so we figured the airport is a high traffic area. There were plenty of restaurants around. Our room was on the first floor, no amazing views, but that's not the purpose of the hotel! We could not hear any airplanes, but we could hear people moving about in the hotel. The breakfast bar was pretty good!

Very close to airport with free shuttle and reasonably priced paid parking while you're away. Free parking overnight. Lovely room with vanity outside bathroom. Great shower. Desk, sofa, comfy king bed with chunky pillows, plugs for accessories, flat screen tv, decent breakfast buffet, two phones, microwave, fridge. All the basic amenities. Friendly & helpful front desk staff. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff here were very friendly and personable. The shuttle service was very quick and we only had to wait a few minutes in either direction for the shuttle to arrive. The Inn is very close to the airport, which is also very convenient. Very reasonable rate. Thank you!

We booked this hotel because it was close to the Buffalo airport and they offer the Park, Stay and Fly package. We were able to leave our car with them for the week while we went to Las Vegas and they dropped us off at the airport and then picked us up upon our return. We spent our night with the hotel upon our return, since we were flying all night returning from Vegas. The hotel staff and the shuttle staff are very friendly, helpful and pleasant (especially Kim) who was our driver going to the airport. She pointed out where we would be picked up when we return to Buffalo and then reminded us once again when I called to say our flight had landed. It only took the shuttle 10 minutes to pick us up from the airport. They offer a wonderful hot breakfast for their guests also. The rooms are very clean and quiet. We will definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for one night, as we saw a performance at Shea's performing arts center. The room and bathroom was clean and tidy. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with several hot and cold options to choose from. All in all, we had zero complaints. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Location was great free shuttle.. breakfast was good..hotel has a smell even it is smoking free...needs a major renovation.....price for park and fly was moderate .all they need is to update and upgrade hotel and amenities... Shuttle was a great idea lots of parking available

Best place to stay if your are departing from Buffalo. Clean, friendly and very convenient to the airport with its shuttle service. A breakfast is provided and if your flight is extremely early they provide a "grab and go" breakfast at the front desk.

Me and my wife have been loyal customers at this same hotel. This past weekend we met at this one as usual with both our vehicles. The manager didn't like where I parked (I parked way out of the way!) and then started asking me to prove I was a guest there! I even showed him my room key and even after that he didn't explain himself or back down! We will not ever be staying here again. The woman at the front desk was awesome and always recognizes us!

Staff are more than accommodating. Hotel is smoke free and always clean. Bed and pillows are so comfortable. We do a reverse park and fly. Cost is reasonable and we are shuttled to and from the airport.

Due to bad/snowy weather, I decided to reserve this hotel late in the evening. News report said it would snow all night long. Had a morning flight, and we live over 1 hour away. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly, helpful and cheerful for our late arrival. Morning breakfast was fantastic, many choices to select from, fresh and delicious. From fruit, yogurt, breads, pastries, hot food, pancakes, 3 juice choices, great coffee. Kids like different things so everyone was happy!

The hotel is convenient to the airport and restaurants. It is clean and bed is comfortable but the overall hotel needs an upgrade! Outdated decor and furnishings need to be brought up to date to compete with all the other chains.

Stayed here with the family overnight as we needed to be at the airport at 4:30 am. We live an hour away from the airport and it is winter, so didn't want to chance having to drive that early in potential snow. Hotel was fine. Room was quiet and beds were comfy. We didn't use the park and fly option because we had free parking elsewhere across from the airport.

This hotel was great value for park and fly. The rooms were good and clean. The staff were friendly. They served an early to go breakfast. The shuttle service was good and on the return of our trip they came very quickly to pick us up.

While an older Inn that shows wear in the furniture; the beds are comfortable, the breakfast was amazing (cool pancake machine) and everything was clean. Staff was very helpful and the location was great for shopping.

Better than average breakfast offerings; quiet room despite proximity to airport; very good value over holidays. Good location for family in this part of the Buffalo area. Seem to have many Canadian quests taking advantage of park & stay deal for airport travelers.

This hotel is conveniently located very close to the Buffalo airport. The rooms were quiet and very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and did a great job with housekeeping everyday. There was ample parking even on a very busy weekend.

The front desk staff and the driver of the shuttle bus were all very friendly. We had a booking with three rooms. One of the rooms unfortunately smelled badly of smoke and also had a toilet that was plugged. We advised the front desk and we were kindly moved to a new room. That room was much better (no smoke smell, working toilet, etc.). It is not a fancy place, but it was clean. The hotel had cookies in the front lobby, which was a nice touch. You could also help yourself to tea, coffee, and juice. We were not there for the complimentary breakfast, as our flight left early, but we were offered a to-go breakfast, which was also a nice touch. The shuttle driver kindly drove us to a nearby restaurant at night at no cost, although we did provide a tip happily. We had no trouble getting our shuttle to the airport in the morning or in getting the shuttle back from the airport a week later. I would stay here again.

"Great Park N Fly"

Although the hotel is nothing fancy, for Park N Fly it was perfect. We were able to use the sleepover on our way back from our trip as we arrived in Buffalo at night and preferred to sleep over rather than drive at night. The cost was very reasonable for overnite. Around $87.00 including tax (AAA) and that includes parking and shuttle. You can't beat that, especially since the hotel is just a few minutes from the airport.

A very comfortable, newly decorated room. Very nice staff. Very reasonable rate, including a week of parking. Had stayed here previously a few times over the years and could see the property deteriorating, but everything is now redone and looks great.

I have stayed overnight at perhaps 30 different Best Western facilities in America--just this year. This modest motel near the Buffalo Airport is the BEST Best Western facility I have seen in many years---certainly the best east of the Mississippi...

We paid for the stay and fly package and when we returned from our vacation we had vehicle damage and the manager did NOTHING to help us. He avoided us but my husband kept calling. The manager came to work at 1130 am and was gone by 330 pm. When we talked to him at 1130 he said he would call us right back . He never did. Our truck had been vandalized there so I would NOT recommend anyone staying there.

My friend and I were coming in from different states. I was the one who made the reservation, but she arrived first and was able to check in easily. The room was nice an the people were friendly. There is a nice pub/restaurant about a two minute walk around the corner from the hotel.

Since we had an early morning flight my husband and I decided to park and fly. I found a few options and decided to go with the Best Western as we have stayed in them on our travels to and from Florida. What a mistake. Our overnight stay was fine as was our early morning transport to the airport. We had a very nice woman driver was was bright and cheery. Not such a pleasant experience on our return trip. We returned at night and had to wait about 10 minutes after calling for a ride, which was not a big deal. The driver was totally opposite of our other driver, didn't even speak and didn't seem to have any knowledge where our car was parked. Since it was dark and were tired we just got into the car and drove away. The next morning when my husband went out to wash the car he found it had been hit while we were away. We left many messages at the hotel for the manager with the staff whom were all very nice and helpful, but we received no call from the manager. My husband called every day and was told that he was given the message and still no call. We finally called back and reached him 4 days later. He apologized saying he had family problems. He was sorry for the damage we incurred but the only thing he offered was to park free in their lot for 30 days. Why would we want to do that after sustaining subnational damage to our vehicle while parked there previously. Also we don't travel daily so this offer was useless to us. He again apologized but offered no further assistance. What seemed like a good option to park and fly cost us $1000 in damages to our car. Like I said Uber you will be way ahead.

We have used the Best Western on numerous occasions before our flight out of Buffalo. The park n fly option is very useful with a 24 hr airport shuttle provided. There is a great restaurant beside the parking lot of the hotel and a gas station in close proximity. The hotel us always clean and the front desk staff are very helpful. There is a TV monitor in the lobby to allow you to check your flight details. It is a great place to relax before your travels.

I just opened a Best Western MasterCard Credit card. I was having problems getting my points posted in time for my getaway at Best Western Buffalo Airport. Nora from Corporate Office was able to assist me to ensure my getaway was perfect. She was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and even followed up to ensure everything was perfect. I had a big clean room with a fridge and free breakfast. It was close to everything. Shopping and dinning were great. I will certainly be staying again.

What a welcome relief to the end of our trip! The staff was excellent, very warm and friendly. The area was very nice, we felt safe and could relax. The custodial staff was helpful, asked if we needed anything or if they could do anything to make our stay better. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great, the eggs and sausage were kept at a good temp, a good variety of juice, breads and muffins. An excellent location

My check in was great. Staff was nice and friendly. The room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable. Got my wake up call in the morning. But they should stop the grab and go breakfast bag that they give. The bagel was stale and don't care for cream cheese which was on it. The apple was rotten at the bottom so went to Tim Hortons at the airport to get something. They would be better if throwing a little container of butter and cream cheese along with a plastic knife in the bag. I don't know who packs them but they need to do something about this or it's a total waste of money to hand them out to their guests. Mine ended up in a garbage can at the airport. Besides this everything else was excellent. Would stay again.

An average hotel with a good location if flying in/out of Buffalo Airport. There are a couple of decent restaurants and a good bar within walking distance. The breakfast hours are not convenient for the early departure as they start at 6:30; most others that I have been at are earlier.

The price for 3 days was discounted and was a good value. The location was close to the airport. There was a Denny's in the attached parking lot, which worked out well when we didn't have time to drive around. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast was good and convenient. We felt comfortable staying here.

Thank you so much for a fantastic stay. The staff was amazingly polite and friendly (without being gushy or nosy), the breakfast was surprisingly great. with hot eggs and tasty sausage, and the room was comfortable and roomy My new "go-to" place when I have to visit Buffalo.

We stayed one night to meet friends from Ohio for a motorcycle trip. I thought the hotel would be loud because it was so close to airport but it wasn't. It was very clean with newly updated modern rooms. Staff was very friendly ! I would stay here again . Many place to eat within walking distance

We stayed at this hotel near the Buffalo airport. It was a convenient location and we were able to leave our car there for the week and take the shuttle to the airport. We are frequent customers at Best Westerns and have always been pleased with them. This was no exception. The staff was courteous. Debbie went above and beyond for us. She was cheerful (even at 4 in the morning) and greeted us with a smile. They even gave each of us a bag with a bagel and a piece of fruit since our flight was leaving so early. It was a welcome surprise. The only issue we had was you could hear the toilet flushing and noise from the room next to us. Our toilet was really loud too when we flushed. Other than that, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We will stay there again.

We always try to stay at the Best Western near the airport in Buffalo as they have a stay and fly package. Makes it so much easier than asking family/friends to take and pick us up from the airport, especially when we arrive back in town very late! There are a variety of restaurants nearby to catch a dinner.

A very good choice if you need to access the close airport. The rooms are small but very clean and all amenities are there and quality. The staff is MOST helpful and accommodating and made me feel welcomed and that my needs were important and met. The cookies and full available breakfast are good and appreciated. (Who doesn't love freshly baked cookies...) Shuttle service and on grounds long term parking option a plus.

My husband and I stayed here over labor day weekend because we were in town for an event at the millennium hotel nearby. The rate here was fantastic for two nights. Upon entering the hotel, it is kind of dark and dingy, but the people at the front desk were pleasant and informative. Our room was on the smaller side and it appeared clean, except for the hairs I found on the floor by the doorway. The bed was hard but the pillows were comfortable. The accommodations were basic. The breakfast could have been better. We didn't spend a whole lot of time in the room and it worked for what we needed it for. You could hear the planes here, but they didn't wake us up in the middle of the night. The air conditioner was a little weird. It wouldn't stay on cool all night, so we woke up really hot the first night. We'd stay again if there was another good deal and we needed something for a quick stay.

Each time I travel out of Buffalo, I stay at the Best Western. It is very clean, comfortable, and safe. The staff is most helpful and friendly. I always use the Park and Fly package which saves me from paying for long term airport parking. The shuttle is prompt for arrivals and returns. The drivers are very courteous and help with all baggage.

Recently our flight got delayed at Buffalo airport and we landed up spending the night at the Best Western The Inn at Buffalo Airport. The airline booked us in and by the time it was all sorted out it was close to midnight. We called the hotel to ask if they had a shuttle and they were there to pick us up within 5 minutes. We had a king room which was clean, comfortable and a haven within all of the goings on. By this time it was past midnight and we were starving having set out from Niagara earlier in the day. There is a 24 hour diner right in front of the property so we made our way across to Denny,s. We had a very tasty meal and the staff were friendly and attentive. Our new flight left at 5.45 so we had to be back at the airport very early which was by this time the same day! The hotel provided a wake up call at 4.30am and drove us back to the airport a short while later. To our surprise when we arrived down at reception there was a take away food package for breakfast, which was a thoughtful gesture The staff were great despite the unsociable hour and if anyone lands up in our situation I would highly recommend this hotel .

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the overall stay was good. I only had 1 issue, and that was finding hairs in the bad that werent mine. Im sure they would have corrected the problem if I had reported it, but it was 3am when I noticed, and I was too tired to deal with it.

No complaints on this hotel, clean, comfortable, location was good for shopping, breakfast good, no complaints. The staff at the hotel was also very pleasant and constantly replenishing items at breakfast

My wife and I have been staying here for several years and are back again for 2 more stays this year. The staff are always very friendly and the park and fly package is very good. The rooms are on the smaller side but very comfortable. Good king size bed, linens and towels.

My stay in Buffalo was one pf the best I've ever had in a best western to date. it was enjoyable, the staff was friendly and helpful' suggestions for eating and entertainment where right on. I could not have stayed at a better location.

The Best Western at the Buffalo NY Airport is very conveniently located. It is staffed with friendly and effective people, who carried through with all activities in our stay. The "grab and go" breakfast was minimal, but we did not expect it so it was a bonus, as we left at 3:34 AM to catch a very early flight. The room was very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

we stayed here overnight for a quick shopping trip to the US. The check in was super fast. the staff were pleasant and friendly. Our room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was great lots of hot and cold items to choose from and the breakfast area was kept stock and clean throughout the breakfast time. Would totally stay here again

The rooms were good as usually Best Western rooms are. Nothing dated, everything clean and in working order. The included breakfast met my needs, the coffee tasted great and is available 24/7 (awesome!). Free shuttle to airport was used, professional driver and vehicle. Thanks BW for another easy stay.

Stayed one night for a lacrosse tournament. Standard no frills hotel close to airport. No pool. Fitness centre had two out of three pieces broken. Stability ball was flat. Rooms were ok in terms of cleanliness, but corners and baseboards need cleaning. Wanted $210 for Saturday night! A little out of our price range for what they offer. Good deal for park, stay and fly.

I was on the road and needed to stay somewhere for the night. I called at 10 P.M. for a same night stay and made a reservation. When I arrived an hour later at the hotel I was informed that the elevator had been out of order all day and that I'd have to walk up to my 4th floor room. The stairwell was littered with broken/out of use heating and cooling parts and not a "hospitable" place to send a customer. Terribly overpriced for what I got. This hotel had decent reviews on TripAdvisor, Google, etc., which is why I chose to stay there. Won't again.

My husband and I stayed overnight at this hotel on July 2nd 2017.Our room was very nice. The two Jessicas at the front desk were very helpful to us . My husband has double hip replacements and they gave us a room that was very convenient for us and helped us when contacting our children.Thank you Jessica and Jessica. Breakfast next morning was delicious. We will definitely return to this hotel L

We ended up in this hotel for a night after spirit canceled our flight. The place is new, clean, modern and welcoming. The staff was great, they worked with us in accommodating a big group, providing early breakfast (we left at 4:30 am), a shuttle to the airport, and making us feel welcomed after a stressful day. After Spirit Airlines cancelled our flight at Niagara Falls airport back to Myrtle Beach, they arranged a taxi to the hotel and a flight back to Myrtle Beach the following day. Although we prefer to stay at Marriott properties, we were pleasantly surprised that this hotel was very good since previous stays at Best Westerns some years ago were not so. We had a fairly large room with a king size bed, it was quiet and the A/C unit was very efficient and not too noisy. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of hot and cold choices. As bad as Spirit Airlines can be, they did somewhat make up for their many shortcomings by selecting this hotel for us.

Fantastic stay at this hotel on a long weekend. The hotel was fully booked check in was fast and easy they had some delicious chocolate cookies in lobby area, very welcoming. The breakfast area was good seating and plenty of options fresh fruit, can fruit, cereals, breads, pancakes, fruit Jams, yogurt, juices, bacon, eggs. It was good and staff organized very well with promptly refilling and cleaning when needed. The room I got was king room with sofa bed. The sofa bed is not something I would suggest to even touch but the king bed was comfortable clean great pillows. The room was clean, the sink at the door was a weird set up but worked for our 1 night stay. One thing I did not like was they did not honour loyalty members being Gold member I requested a late checkout they gave me noon which isn't ideal for me. The staff that worked here from all levels was friendly and excellent. I would come back here. Ample parking space they have shuttle but we did not use that. It's next to Denny's which was a good eat.

I found the rooms to be decent, fair price for what you get. (I was on a group rate of like $89). could use a décor update. It is definitely dated. The room served its purpose. I would stay again. (this review requires a min. of 200 words.... Have nothing else to say)

The Buffalo, NY location was convient for our trip for Aunt Rosie softball tournament trip. The staff was helpful and friendly. The gentleman that helped me book the reservation went above and beyond, he truly understands the meaning of customer service!!

I was working at the airport so this was an excellent place to stay. the rooms were a bit dated but is added to the Niagara Falls atmosphere that seems to encompass the area. The desk personnel are very nice and helpful. there are plenty of places to eat near by from diners to elaborate eateries. The close proximities to the major highways makes it easy to get to the local attractions in Buffalo, Niagara and the other touristy places near by.

Didn't get my usual room (can you imagine..) the room was clean well decorated and the A/C was working just fine... it'was hot and humid With an early morning flight and the great transport BW offers The breakfast to go (at 3:30 am) was welcome and very tasty, I was delighted. The shuttle was GREAT new and very comfortable and as usual always on time with the greatest driver (lovely lady) she was even able to find twist ties for me for the fashionable 'locks' on my check bag, worked great At the airport at just the right time as it was a full flight and the ground staff were working already lines were short (at this hour) but within a few minutes the area was standing room only, I was checked in (as I arrived earlier) and I was on my way to my take off gate

Location, location, location! Steps away from Maid of the Mist attraction and State Park! Staff was friendly, but not overly. Rooms were neat and clean...just a basic hotel room. Inside corridors not air conditioned smelled musty. Breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Service is excellent! Location is super! The room didn't get picked up, but there were still plenty of towels. Sal and Freddie were courteous, helpful and so nice, as was all the staff. Right next to the airport.

Convenient location to airport. Hotel is behind Denny's. Cable had good selection of channels. Ample parking. Free breakfast. Will review breakfast in the morning. Con: Decor on floors a little outdated. Room wasn't very big.

Comfortable hotel, convenient for the airport, shuttle. had to leave early so didn't take advantage of the breakfast but got a to go bag with fruit and bar. Older hotel but worked for us. Would stay again if we are in area.

This is a decent hotel for staying at prior to flying from Buffalo airport. The rooms are clean and quiet, the bed comfortable, TV and internet access and the staff friendly. The outdoor parking is very adequate. Good value for money. Will stay there again.

As many other guests staying here, we had an early flights in the morning and a late flight coming back. The room was clean, bed comfy and they offered a better than normal free breakfast. We were very satisfied.

Staff genuinely concerned for our satisfaction. Efficient and very pleasant. Near the airport but no distractions with the close proximity. Look closely when searching for the property - it's not on the street, but behind another building.

Stayed here before flying out to Orlando the room was clean the shuttle was waiting for us took us us right to the door we needed the lady driver was a little rude to us saying things like people don't usually eat at this hour when we were eating a muffin before leaving we scheduled the pick up at 4:00 a.m. And she was tapping her foot to get going at 3:50 a.m we have used this hotel and gentleman driver was more courteous to us

We only stayed one night, but were really satisfied with the hotel and the staff. The room was quiet, the bed comfortable. The staff seem to be on top of things. The hotel shuttle to the airport was great.

Good for a layover with a comfortable bed. Staff was very helful. Building is older so bathroom was very small. I would stay for a quick sleep like a layover. Airport shuttle was very important and worked great

This hotel was clean the breakfast was good. The only problem we had was the handicapped room only had a king size bed . There was 3 of us and my mother could not get into the tub and had a hard time on the commode.

We stayed at this hotel for a Park/Sleep/Fly deal as we had a 5am flight. The hotel is very old and dated. Very unappealing foyer, awkward check in counter.We were initially given a room on the 1st floor which we declined due the noise and people milling around. We were given a 3rd floor/ We asked for a wake up call at 4am. The room is not very nice. Furniture is old with water stains. Decent size bathroom. TV was a mess, channels not working and volume was either blasting or so low you could not hear. Luckily we had a back up for our wake up call as it never came! When I mentioned this at check out they said they couldn't find us for the wake up call, so assuming the 1st floor initial room we had was woken at 4am. No one seemed too concerned that we could easily have missed our flight! The shuttle drive to the airport was fine, nice driver, very chatty. The shuttle on the drive back to the hotel to get our car after our trip was not as pleasant. The driver arrived very disheveled. He barely said a word to us. OPened the trunk and stood there while we lugged our own suitcases into the trunk. We then opened and attempted to close the enormous sliding doors of the van. He did not speak a single word to us the whole drive, pleasantries like how was your trip or where did you go?? When we got to the hotel he asked where we were parked and we advised at the back of the hotel (where we were told to park). He said he couldn't drive back there because he could not back up the van?? So he dropped us off in front of the hotel (at midnight), and left us to figure it out. My husband left me and my two kids in front of the hotel while he ran to the back to get the car and come get us. He never said good bye or even ask if we wanted to wait in the hotel. Sort of summed up our whole feeling about this hotel, messy, dirty, without personality. Would never recommend this hotel. Did not feel like ANY Best Western we have stayed at in the past.

This airport hotel is perfect!! Newly redecorated rooms, fast check in, very helpful staff, and prompt shuttle service. All was great, especially in light of the fact that I had the 1st morning flight, and even was offered a take away breakfast bag and coffee at 4:30 AM!! Will use them again!

Excellent place to stay and park your car while away for a week or so. They provide quick shuttle service in a new van. If you have a very early flight they have what they call a grab and go breakfast that you take with you.

Hotel was relatively new and quiet. Great service at the front desk. We asked for a taxi and were provided with door to door service with the shuttle to a nearby restaurant. Rooms were clean and modern and equipped with small fridges. Breakfast was provided. Lots of hot water for shower.

Very comfortable beds. It was a little cold outside had to borrow some blankets, but all in all it was a great stay. We had a hot breakfast in the morning which was included in the price!! Front desk was very kind and fast!! Very close to some shops I was looking to get to. Mostly craft stores. Great place to stay if you have to fly out very close to the airport!

Great Stay, great people. 4 minute shuttle ride to airport, off the plane collect bags, use convenient airport phone to call for shuttle, walk out to shuttle pick up, pulls right up drops you right back to your car. You can be off the plane and in your car literally within 15 minutes. Keep missing out on the great breakfast due to super early flights, they do offer a to-go bag as well if you want it.

We enjoyed this hotel. We were on the first floor in an accessible room. It was very nice but the shower was not barrier free. The tub was low so fine for me to step over but not good for some handicapped people. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. We were very close to the airport so it would be great for anyone flying and they offer park and fly. My only complaint was that you could hear everyone that was in the hallway.

We were in Buffalo for a 2 night stay to visit with our nephew and do some sightseeing. This is a nice hotel with a reasonable rate. Pros - Clean Room, Friendly staff, several restaurants nearby within walking distance (Subway, Denny's, and 2 other local places), coffee available 24 hours a day and it was good, free chocolate chip cookies in the evening, decent breakfast including a pancake machine that will make you fresh pancakes (also had cereal, eggs, sausage, juice, toast/muffins/pastries, and yogurt. This location was a reasonable drive to Niagara Falls as well. Cons - The only cons we could find were that the toilet in the room had a wobbly seat and the flush handle didn't work well. We did mention this to the staff and they were going to report it. It may be a good addition to add more parking lot lighting in the future as a suggestion. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice, friendly staff. Clean room. Not the most modern but has everything you need. Shuttle to and from the airport was quick and it is very close by. We would stay here again. Left our car there for 9 days with no issues. Park and fly rate is very reasonable.

Stayed with family as we had a wedding to attend nearby. Was worried about being so close to the airport but honestly it was very quiet. Our room was clean and they had a complimentary breakfast, which was nice. Enjoyable stay.

Cheap, clean, nicer modern rooms would recommend to anyone who's getting off the airport in buffalo. Little of pain to get to on the main strip though with all the traffic but its not really the hotels fault.

I visit Buffalo, New York with my Mom and Aunt twice a year, for shopping trips because the U.S. Has things that we can't find in Canada, and stay for a weekend so that we can have a generous amount of spending money, and this is the best hotel I have been to far. They charge a reasonable price for their rooms, with an exceptional continental breakfast included, and I am not just saying that, and have decent sized beds that are very comfortable, and the staff seemed very friendly and helpful without even being asked. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good place to stay at a resonable price. It was about $100 bucks U.S. a night. And that included breakfast.

They picked me up at the airport as prompted to. The returned me to the airport and gave me a call at he time I asked to be notified. The breakfast was hot and prepaired very well. Everything there that was needed except for smoking rooms would have been nice.

This hotel is cookie cutter as most , clean updated comfortable and average as all the other chains. Pillows are terrible, breakfast is same as everywhere else, powdered eggs, microwave sausage, cereal etc. 100 bucks a night average price, not a great price not a bad place, clean and nice people.

This is a really nice hotel. THe rooms were clean and fairly modern. The breakfast was pretty good for a continental. The hotel is less than a mile from the airport and on the same side of the street. There's a Denny's right in front of the hotel if you want something other than the hotel breakfast. There are other fast food restaurants on Genesee if you don't want hottel of Denny's. I think this is my new hotel when I go home.

I have wanted to stay at this location, the prices are better than at the other Best Western in the area, but whenever I went on line to look at the pictures they had those nasty 1970's bedspreads on the beds. No one believes that these are washed between guests. Anyway, the pictures indicated that that they have been removed and the rooms redecorated. The rooms are a bit smaller than the other hotel, but the service and price make up for it. The breakfast was also good. They have scrambled eggs and a pancake machine that sometimes worked and sometimes did not, but when it did, the pancakes were really good. I will be back to this hotel the next time I stay in Buffalo.

We enjoyed staying at the BW as it's a nice place to stay. Friendly staff, good breakfast, Wi-Fi, close to the Buffalo Int'l airport. Overall cleanliness of the entire hotel and room was nice. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Great for family, friends and even business trips.

Although the staff was very friendly and accommodating, that was about the only positive thing I could really say about this hotel. The rooms are very small. The eating area for breakfast is overcrowded and small. The breakfast selections are limited (I hope you like carbs). It is not that the hotel is bad, but everywhere you looked there were signs of deferred maintenance: ripped rugs, old paint job, and worn bathrooms. It is close to the airport, and they have a shuttle. It is also close to some modest restaurants, but honestly you could say that about any hotel on this strip. I will try someplace else next time.

BW Airport has a park and fly option that we take advantage of that is both convenient and cost effective. The staff are friendly and efficient. With lots of restaurants within walking distance, I recommend it to everyone leaving out of BUF.

We visited Buffalo for my uncle's memorial service, and spent much of the time with family. We had a very early plane to catch so we decided to stay near the airport and return our rental car the night before to reduce the potential for delay.... We arrived at the rental car return about 9 pm and were on the curb waiting for the van from the hotel, which arrived in less than 5 minutes. It was a short drive to the hotel. When we arrived the staff checked us in quickly, countlessly and efficiently. We inquired about getting a ride to the airport in the morning...EARLY...and there was no problem. We had to leave before breakfast was set out, but the hotel had "breakfast in a bag" that they gave us, and although not "bacon and eggs" really hit the spot!

Hotel is hidden back from the road with little signage, however, do persevere as the hotel is worth it. Best breakfast we have enjoyed at any chain in quite awhile. On our arrival we were greeted with a warm smile and quick service. I believe this was Molly but may not have the name right. The lady on the desk in the evening was a great help too with finding pizza delivery for us. Molly helped with getting our boarding passes and we couldn't ask for a friendlier person. Fresh cookies were nearby as well. Our room was clean and not at all old looking. The back room we stayed in was very quiet - didn't even hear airplanes through the night. Parking while we were away was great. Shuttle lady to and from the airport was delightful. She was helpful and fun to chat with. Timing for leaving was spot on and when we returned, we called, and the shuttle was there before we got to the stop. We had to leave before breakfast was being served but they had a lovely "to go" bag ready for those leaving early. Would definitely stay here again. The only down side I found was the entrance to the hotel is a bit hard to find.

My husband and I have stayed at this location several times over the last several years. The staff is VERY helpful. We were here 4 weeks ago and the young man at the desk remembered us. That was a nice touch. Kelly was also very helpful in finding a location that was needed. Rooms are clean, comfortable w the bed being very nice. The continental breakfast offered nice choices. The other reason we like this location, there are 3 restaurants within walking distance for late arrivals and no car.

booked two rooms, 2nd level, one with two queen/double the other with one king bed. both were clean upon arrival. The two queen room had a faint mouldy odor but not strong at all. over all perfect for the purpose of our stay which was just to get a good nights sleep. Close to Walden Galleria for shopping. The highlight is the free breakfast, scrambled eggs (processed), sausages, pancake maker (automatic, push a button and its out), coffee, tea, mini muffins, bread, jam butter etc. Staff at the reception were courteous. no complaints as such. free parking, in room microwave and fridge.

Nice fairly new hotel right down the street from the airport. Clean with modern furnishings. Free parking. Free breakfast which was plentiful. Eggs, sausages, an automatic pancake maker. (First time I've seen one). Juices, cereal, yogurt. You can actually get pretty full. If not, there's a Denny's right in front of the hotel . The room was kind of tight but good for one person. King size bed with a great mattress. Flat screen tv with a weird line up of channels. I didn't spend a lot of time in the room so it really didn't matter. Wireless internet was reliable. Didn't have a problem connecting. Has a shower/tub. For you workout enthusiast, the "gym" had 3 machines. Bottom line, I'd stay there again. Price was greet compared to all the other hotels in WNY that weekend. Prices were a little elevated everywhere because the Giants were in town to get shut out by the Bills in preseason football. Go Bills!!!

This hotel was wonderful for a pre-flight hotel. They have a park and fly option. We had a very early flight and they made sure they had yummy grab and go breakfasts ready for us. The shuttle was quick and pick up was very fast on our return. The room was clean and very comfortable. Very quiet and the internet was good. There are a lot of dining options nearby also. Overall I was impressed with this hotel and the wonderful, happy people working there.

No frills next-to-the-airport stay for an early, early departure. The room was quiet and comfortable. There was a grab and go breakfast, available after 4:30 a.m. The shuttle service to the airport was quick and pleasant. Parking in the hotel lot provided a nice savings. Upon return (at 1:00 a.m.) a few days later our shuttle guy was terrific. Nice service with convenience as key.

Came in very late to Buffalo after a long flight and too tired to drive to destination in Ontario. Shuttle from Best Western picked me up (you need to call) and I had a peaceful night at this older but very clean motel. Staff was especially pleasant and helpful and I was able to get a late check out so I could sleep in and have brunch at nearby restaurant. (They had continental breakfast but I slept until it was over) Took shuttle back to airport and got my rental car the next day to drive on. Room had small fridge and was clean and comfortable - didn't notice airport noise (it is very close)

We stayed here overnight in order to be close enough to Niagara Falls but not pay the higher prices. Excellent spot about a half hour drive to the Falls. Checkin was very professional, the room was immaculate, including a sanitized TV remote! Bed, bedding and towels were of high quality and the breakfast offered with our room was wonderful. The Manager stood in the lobby and greeted all of his guests as they stopped in for breakfast asking how our stay was and if he could do anything to make it better! You will not make a mistake to stay here for any reason.

After a terrible attempt to check-in at Marriott in Niagara Falls, Canada, we really appreciated the easy check-in and out; comfortable room; breakfast; and everything! Staff was stellar! Breakfast included coffee, juice, eggs, sausage, pancakes, pastry, toast, yogurt, fruit -- everything to start a busy day. There was enough for any diet needs.

We have stayed one nigth before visiting Niagara Falls. Everything was fine. Very nice personnel. Very comfortable room and everything very clean. The Hotel is close enought to Niagara Falls. We were people 4 in a room with two beds and we were very comfortable.

I stayed here for one night to accommodate an early flight out of Buffalo Airport and because of the complimentary breakfast. I was disappointed to find hair on the sheets and in the bathtub, that the ground prong was broken on plug for the coffee maker and that the ice machine was broken. Also you will need to remember to bring your own shampoo/conditioner because they only give you bar soap! The cold refrigerator was a nice surprise, the breakfast was adequate, and the drive to the Airport could not have been any easier.

Stayed here for the night as my friends' flight came in about midnight. I had a comfortable room but my friends' had a problem with the air conditioning. After a prolonged wait, they were finally given a fan. They have a pretty good breakfast. The shuttle service was excellent.

Stayed for 3 nights, Thur through Sunday. First the excellent: front staff Jessica and Danielle. Great smiles, friendly and very nice gals. Also the breakfasts. Several hot items, good variety, and quickly refilled when demand was heavy. Also the beds. Very comfy. The ..."yes, but". We had a first floor room and it had problems. The bathroom was a bit moldy and needs to be refurbished. Also the room was "damp" literally. Moist carpet, and heavy humidity every day. Our bedding was dampish, our cotton clothes felt damp if left in the room and put on later in the day. Something is wrong with that room. All the windows are sealed so no fresh air can circulate, maybe the A/C unit isn't dehumidifying as it should, moisture coming up from the ground, or perhaps all the above. I just noticed from some of the other reviews that others had a problem with the ground floor room, but that the second floor room was much better. Maybe there is a problem with several other ground floor rooms too. I'd consider staying here again, but would insist on an upper story room. Room was also quiet. Virtually no noise from the airport.

Don't know how people got this rate but I had to pay $245 with tax! Most expensive room I have ever stayed in. Even New York City! Only took room because it was late and all hotels were full. Feel like they took advantage of this. Was first offered a rate of more but offered this because it had a small bath. You could see through the door after it was locked. Ice machine did not work on our floor. Ran out of cookies at checkin and would not replace early in evening. The quality of this room was not worth the money!

If you don't follow hotels, you might miss that BW has 3 tiers of accommodations. I'm usually OK with their most basic/inexpensive, but I was happy to see these higher-tier ones compare on par with my normal Hampton Inn standard. This location is extremely close to the airport, rooms are clean and they have some suite options with more space (tho the one we were in wasn't as well separated as the Rochester ones are— these were side-by-side, not like two complete small rooms). Other's FYIs: You can Yelp some pretty interesting food options a short drive from the hotel. And we really weren't bothered by noise from the airport.

For an airport hotel it was decent. We stayed here one night on two different occasions during our visit to Niagara. The first night I felt like our room on the first floor was a little dingy. We didn't participate in breakfast as we had a late flight and a super early one on our second stay. On our second night we had a much cleaner room on the second floor and the bed was much better. Exactly what you'd expect for less than $100 per night.

Overall a pleasant stay but the bed has seen much better days. I would stay again but would ask to check the room prior to committing. The toilet is very very low so if you have knee problems (replacements) it will be a bit of an uncomfortable struggle for you.

The guest room was small, but clean. The location was very close to the airport. You could hear planes overhead, but it was not a problem. The bed was comfortable. Our room was on the first floor and was very quiet except for the other guests who talked very loudly very early in the morning on their way to breakfast.

The property permits parking for a nominal charge while I was away on an 8 day trip, saving the much higher fee for airport parking and providing more convenience for my 7:10 AM flight. Everything about the hotel is excellent and the price is right.

We stayed for one night early May on our way to LAX from Buffalo airport. We reached the hotel well before check-in time and GM Kamalesh went out the way to ensure our early check-in and comfort. Clean lobby, Room, Bath, linen and free 24 hr coffee and fruit drinks. Its located just 5 min drive to the airport and shuttle drivers very friendly and helpful. Our return flight was at 00.30 hrs and the shuttle was very punctual. We parked our car for 10 days and it was a safe place for the purpose. General manager and his team have been extending their best possible help to the guests and we will book this hotel again for our next trip from Buffalo airport.

From the young woman who picked us up in the motel van, to the desk staff, to the young woman who took us back to the airport, they could not have been more pleasant and friendly. They were great. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is quite adequate with a lot of choices. Microwave and refrigerator in each room. I was able to print off our boarding passes which was helpful. Restaurants right there (do not go to Olympia across the street - terrible food) There is also a convenient store right there with a Subway restaurant + the store sells a lot of fresh items.

The front desk staff where very friendly and helpful when we arrived on May 16. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast which was included was excellent and I believe this is a first, however the room attendent asked us for our opinion on the food etc. Then our shuttle driver took us to the airport and explained where and how to meet the shuttle on our return. I would highly recommend staying here.

Stayed here before a flight to Portland. We used the park and fly program and were very pleased. The check in went smoothly. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The shuttle system worked well both coming and going. In other words the delivered on their promise.

If I'm flying from the Buffalo Airport I stay here. It's close by, quiet (don't stay on 1st fl.) noisy when they get breakfast ready. The shuttle run most of the time, not much waiting. The breakfast is good and filling.

I liked this hotel, which I stayed at for one night after a stressful few days. It's just a couple of minutes' drive from Buffalo airport but quiet, as others point out. The hotel van was prompt in picking up me and others from the airport. The room was immaculate, comfortable, well-equipped. The breakfast was fresh with a nice array of foods. The staff was friendly. Ate at a delightful place, the Italian Village, just a short drive away. All in all, a nice, relaxing evening before flying out the next day.

Clean, comfortable room, very close to airport (no over-flights so no noise issues). Denny's is basically in the parking lot, so if you want a quick bite it is handy. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at this establishment to drive and visit Niagara Falls. It is not the newest BW we have stayed at but it is not an old style either. The rooms are clean and the breakfast has a wide variety (more than most). The service was excellent! Molly went above and beyond expectations to resolve a computer issue the the hotels computer. It is close to the airport and has a new shuttle. There were cookies in the early afternoon and a "grab and go" bag for early travelers that had to leave before breakfast. A great value with staff that really seemed to care.

Great place to stay if you are going shopping at the outlet malls. Location is great and place is clean and close to everything. Price is good. Highly recommend this hotel. this hotel is next to the airport but we did not hear any of the planes. They have buffet breakfast included with the price which is pretty good.

Normally stay at other hotels near the airport, but gave it a shot on our most recent trip. It was a good value and the staff were friendly, but the hotel is starting to show its age - particularly the elevators, hallways, and rooms. My son asked me if this is what hotels looked like in "the 80s"? He was pretty close. Great shuttle as well

WE had to make a quick unexpected trip to Buffalo, NY foe a family event. My husband selected this Best Western near the airport for our stay. Amid the confusion of a hasty departure from home, I never thought about a typical airport location. I expected a lot of air traffic noise but was very pleasantly pleased! Less than a mile from a bust international airport and unless I was driving next to the runway, I NEVER knew where I was. Great job of soundproofing, very pleasant and helpful staff and really great $ value. Would definitely stay there again.

As the online booking at a motel around the corner didn't come close to it's representation, we got most of our money back and searched nearby til we found this Best Western. The moment we walked in we were greeted by happy, enthusiastic young couple, Kala and Sal. The lobby and breakfast area was warm, inviting and very clean. They offered us fresh baked cookies as we registered. Our room was so cheery, clean and comfortable. We started our vacation on the right note by staying at this Best Western. Keeping our car for 10 days, the Manager sent us off with Kathy, who shuttled us to airport in minutes. The whole experience here was wonderful and the next time we fly out of Buffalo, we will certainly stay here.

Our reservation was subject to a mix up. Without any need for it, we were given an accessible room. That would not be any cause for concern, except that the room was entirely inadequate for anyone; the equivalent of a broom closet. The door to the room opened into the wash area, the room was adjacent to the lobby and every conversation from the front desk could be heard throughout the night, one of the walls is immediately adjacent to the elevators, and, there is scarcely enough space for two grown adults with luggage, let alone someone requiring a wheelchair! We checked out the next morning, having been unable to sleep for the better part of the night. The manager called us almost immediately, and offered to move us into a different room, explaining that we were given the room as per the mix-up on the reservation. We explained that the room was unacceptable to anyone, and that we could not possibly stay in a hotel that thought such a room was an acceptable product for someone who actually does require an accessible room. I don't really care that the room passed ADA standards, it is unacceptable to relegate anyone, for any reason into such a sub-standard space. We will avoid this hotel brand from here on out. Very disappointed.

This is a good property, well kept, very pleasant staff. A bit hard to see as it is well set back from the street with Denny's in front. Being right next to the airport, we expected to hear aircraft noise, but there was none noticeable in the room. Breakfast was excellent, typical BW. My only negative comment: the room was a bit stale smelling and the AC unit had no fresh air intake nor did the window open.

Best hotel for parking and flying. Parking is on site. They even have a packed breakfast to take on plane. The hotel has Denny's next door with great 24 hour food. Rooms are remodeled and quiet. Better than sleep Inn that has off site parking.

If you don't have a car and rely on public transit, this is the hotel for you. Right by Denny's near Buffalo Airport. They have the airport courtesy shuttle bus for their guests. The staff really do go out of their way in customer service expectations. The breakfast, hot/cold, is delicious. The room we had, king bed, was very spacious and the décor is quite wonderful. Please stay here if only for 1 night or a few.

Booked on Park & Fly website, this hotel is 1/4 mile from the airport and a great value and alternative to long-term parking fees, if you have an early morning flight! When you check in, the staff is so helpful, asking what time your flight is, recommending a departure time for the airport, sending a wake-up call and having the very nice shuttle driver standing inside the hotel, waiting for you, to take you to the airport (2 min. drive!) Upon your returning from your trip, you call the desk at the Best Western, and within 5 mins. the shuttle arrives! So stress-free, easy and painless! The hotel is very nice, very clean and they also provide a grab-n-go breakfast for you as you leave! I can't wait to visit them again. All this was only $101. and I usually spend over $80 for parking and have to leave home at 2 AM to catch a 6 AM flight!

We used this hotel for it's closeness to the Buffalo Airport and we like BWs. This hotel had all we needed and was clean, had courteous staff and made our stay very good and shuttled us to the Airport and picked us up on on return. A great Hotel.

The only down fall with using the park and fly is that when returning they should ask for last names for we were a family of 7 with a 2 yr old at 1130 pm first ones to arrive at the waiting area after calling and by the time the van arrived 3 of our family members had to get abit abrubt to get on the same van for other guests thought they shouyld be bale to just get on and split family mamebers up other then that it was a nice place to stay they will take you right to your car so your not dragging cases all over the hotel parking lot

Hotel served it's purpose of park and fly for a short get away. The only issue was the urine odor in room #221 and good thing I was only in the room for a few hours. I like Best Westerns but wouldn't recommend this one until upgrades are completed.

Used the Park and Fly Service. The hotel is clean, quiet and very convenient to the airport. The furnishings are a little dated, but you aren't there for the ambiance. You are there for a great night's rest, tremendous service, and the courteous and attentive staff. When I landed, I was able to use the hotel service phone in baggage claim and the shuttle was there in 5 minutes. I was in my car 15 minutes after I landed. I will definitely use the service again. In fact, I am hesitant to post this review as I am not sure I want to let people in on the secret of this great find.

We did the "park and fly" package and stayed at the B.W. on a Friday night....left for Florida and returned and stayed at the B.W. a week later. The service was wonderful. Our return flight was delayed by over 2 hours and with the time change, we didn't arrive into Buffalo airpot until 3 am on a Sunday morning. We called the B.W. and the shuttle arrived in less than 5 minutes. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was included in the price and was hot and tasty. Note: scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes as well as breads, coffee and juices are all included. Next time we are in Buffalo, this is the place we are staying.

Great priced hotel for a stopover (park and fly). Shuttle service is great and staff is friendly. Had the fresh baked cookies when we checked in (yummy!) and coffee available 24 hours a day. Did not have breakfast as our flight left too early. Do not have packages delivered here unless your name is CLEARLY stated as they will refuse to accept them.

we were heading south for vacation. To save the early morning drive from Burlington for the 5:30 am flight to Miami we booked into the B.W. the night before. We had no problems with leaving our vehicle at the B.W. for the week and taking the shuttle to the airport ...on return we made a phone call.. the shuttle was less then 10 minutes to pick us up ..Great service by all B.W. employees we talked with...

Stayed here so we were close to airport for an early flight. Everything was great. I travel with a service animal and they were wonderful to us. Will stay again when we fly in and out of Buffalo. Will be staying again in June.

For a two star hotel this property had great customer service, clean, and convenient. We stayed overnight for an early flight and chose to leave our car there. The front desk agent was friendly and helpful. The shuttle the next morning was on time and showed exactly where the pick up location was. Our shuttle was quick to get to the airport to pick us up and the young man that drove was absoloutely delightful. He was extremely friendly and drove us right to where our car was parked. He provided great customer service and was a wonderful example of how people should be in the industry. The only issue I had was the elevator was incredibly messy and had clearly not been wiped or vacuum in a while. We will be staying again for our next flight!

I think that this is probably the 7th or 8th time I have stayed at this hotel before holiday and I can't say enough. It is just perfect. Didn't get to enjoy the breakfast this morning as we were leaving too early, was offered a grab and go but we declined. We did the park and fly and were able to leave the truck right in the parking lot. The best advantage is after you land. We were literally 15 minutes from walking off the plane until we were in our car and on the way. Just get your bags, use the courtesy phone and then by the time we walked out to the pick up spot the van was there.

Stayed one night before a vacation. We arrived late in the evening. check-in was friendly and fast. Staff member immediately booked the airport shuttle, arranged a spot to leave out vehicle for the week and also immediatley booked a wake up call. Our shuttle driver was professional and very helpful, even giving us info about where to pick up the shuttle for our return. We arrived a day later than expected and when we called to let them know there was absolutley no issue. Upon our return, we were picked up immediately and when we arrived to the hotel the front staff offered us coffee for our drive home. This was an exceptional hotel with clean and tasteful, spacious rooms.

We stayed here before flying out on a vacation. It is just a few minutes from the airport.The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was great. We had to spend an extra night due to flight cancellation and the desk staff allowed us to stay in the same room. The breakfast was good, but the OJ was a little off, tasted more like pineapple juice. My wife had the pancakes from the machine and stated they were thin and a little rubbery. Everything else was good. When scheduling our next vacation, we may be back.

The hotel staff were great, very friendly and accommodating. Park and Fly service is a real plus.The airport shuttle and on site parking are a real plus.The complimentary breakfast was a nice start to the day. We cannot say enough about the excellent service we received from the management of this hotel, especially Kam Patel. He was so kind and helpful. We were flying out from Buffalo and had a shuttle for 5:00 am. There was a packed brown bag lunch for us. We left our car parked there for 2 weeks. Our room was lovely. Coffee and cookies were available through the evening. Our return flight was delayed almost 12 hours and we had to cancel the return night at his hotel. The next morning we got into the hotel at 9:00 am, tired from the ordeal. We had to continue the journey to Canada that morning. When we went to pick up our car he offered us a warm cup of coffee and welcomed us warmly. We will definitely go back there and recommended it to our friends and to anyone who needs to fly out from Buffalo airport. Stayed at the Best Western near the airport. The Hotel is a small cozy hotel and is clean and quiet. Good for proximity to airport for early flights and late arrivals. Room are not large and should be ok for a couple and 1 child. Pros: -Close to airport -Can't hear planes at night -Clean Cons: -Very simple breakfast -A few times, I wanted to take elevator down to the first floor from the 3rd floor and pressed the down button. However, elevator would arrive and then go to the 4th floor and then back down to 1st floor? -Smallish rooms

The hotel has been renovated and the lobby and rooms are very nice. The shuttle service was GREAT as was the front desk. I miss the waffles but the pancakes were a good replacement. Delt with Nate at teh front desk who was a helpful and very pleasent young man. Location cant be beat fopr the airport, Walden Mall, Food and what ever.

Excellent hotel, very competitive rates, location is next to Buffalo International airport and a restaurant/bar is withing easy walking distance. The hotel desk staff are friendly and helpful, parking (10 day holiday) was close by and convenient. Airport transportation quick and efficient, upon return one calls the hotel and they come and pick you up. The young man stated 10 minutes but was there in 5 and at Buffalo airport that is an advantage as you have to stand outside away from the terminal and in frigid temperatures, is not pleasant.

We got a park and fly rate at a good price through parksleepfly.com as we like to fly out of Buffalo rather than Toronto. The hotel was very good with a reasonable size room, good breakfast (included) and very prompt shuttle service. The workout room is timy. The staff are very accommodating and helpful and courteous.

We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past for the same reason. We are taking an early morning flight to southern United States and parking our vehicle at the hotel for the duration of the trip. Upon our return, the convenience of the hotel limo to pick us up and take us to our vehicle which is safely parked at this hotel is extremely satisfying.

The lobby area was fresh and clean. The breakfast room was also clean and well organized. There was plenty of parking. The entire property was clean, including lobby, hallways and rooms. The bed was comfortable and the room had a pleasant decor. The internet was good. Overall a nice place to stay at a reasonable price.

Just need a room for one night and the price was right at this hotel. Room is dated but very clean throughout. Only problem was shower drain isues in the morning. Not a pleasant start to the day. Free breakfast in morning was acceptable. Bed was comfortable. Despite shower, I would stay again, but, only for one night stay.

I came here to take advantage of their Park, Sleep and Fly package, and from the front desk staff to the airport shuttle driver, everyone was friendly, helpful, and great to work with. The room is comfortable and what's a nice plus is the presence of a couch, which isn't typical for a king-size room. I'd definitely return here for every flight I book out of Buffalo.

Fast check in and the room was clean. No problem whatsoever. A good working TV, and heat control working perfectly. Friendly staff and had a good parking place even though lots of snow on the ground that was being plowed out.

I have always enjoyed my stay here, reasonable prices, friendly staff, nice comfortable room. No complaints from me.When I travel with my kids we stay here as well.It is SO handy to the airport and I was able to leave my car for 2 weeks which was a bonus.

We have stayed here several times before while visiting family members. (Good Greek restaurant across street in winter weather also helps.) General manager helped us make accommodation changes in another city due to inclement weather even though those didn't involve a BW (due to distance from airport. Exceptional service!

This was overall a very nice stay. It was quiet since the room was on the back side - we never heard any outside noise (we also kept the fan in the room on low, it worked wonderfully as pleasant white noise). The mattress was comfortable. There were four (smaller) pillows on each bed and they were very comfortable. We did not hear any of our neighbors in the adjoining rooms, but I don't know if anyone was in there. The TV remote needed repair (volume control didn't work), but this was easily fixed by someone from the front desk. Bathroom was clean and presentable. Tub drained well during showers and the shower head was clean with good pressure. NO bed bugs anywhere - one of the first things I checked before settling in. The exercise room only had three pieces of outdated cardio equipment, but I used the treadmill and it functioned properly. The breakfast was limited, but had the basics necessary to get us going in the morning. I have stayed at this Inn before and will return the next time I am in the area. PS - check-in and check-out process was smooth and painless, good job by the front desk personnel.

Would highly recommend stay and recommend this hotel to all of our friends. We flew to Seattle and they brought us to airport and picked us up. We left hotel at 4 a.m and they gave us a bagged breakfast was good. Price was reasonable and location was easy to find. Left our car for free for the week.

We did a "reverse park and fly". Leaving our car and shuttle to the airport was a breeze. Pickup up at the airport upon return was prompt as well. Our room was just fine as was the breakfast. Service was excellent at this property. Friendly and prompt! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when flying out of this airport.

Stayed here during Christmas week. We chose this location because of the location and the nightly rate was reasonable. From the moment we checked in we felt welcome. The front desk staff excels at friendly, attentive, customer service. Our room was clean and i was happy to find lots of pillows and towels. Even though our room was near the elevator, it was quiet. Hot breakfast is served each morning and there are lots of items to choose from. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, yogurt, cereals and oatmeal. Fresh fruit is always available as well as juice and coffee/tea. The staff always had a good morning smile and asked if there was anything we needed. Complimentary USA Today is in the lobby each day. The van is accessible for airport pick up and drop off and the drivers always had the van warmed up for us. The housekeepers do a great job and are just as friendly. On the day we were to fly home, our flight was canceled due to bad weather. I called this Best Western to see if they had a room available for another night, they were happy to accommodate us. We were picked up at the airport and were able to check in early. Thank you Jessica and Kim for your hospitality. We will be sure to stay here again.

We needed a park and fly for a trip to Orlando from Buffalo and this hotel was great! We departed exactly on time and our pick up time was 4 minutes from when we called from airport on our arrival. We will use this Best Western every time we fly from Buffalo. Also the hote'ls location is with just a few minutes from the airport. Everything was very efficient! All of the people from check in, to the mini van drivers were very friendly!

We stayed here for one (1) night and parked our car here for a total of eight (8) nights. Our room was dated and showed wear and tear, however, the customer service was very good and the value was also very good since we got a free breakfast, free WiFi, free shuttle to and from the airport plus free parking for up to a week. This hotel is super close to BUF airport, so the location is very convenient as well. The property is basic but what do you really need when you're only sleeping here in order to catch a flight early in the morning? Based on the value and customer service we would definitely stay here again.

From the time of check in the agent was very friendly and super accommodating. The property is pretty basic and standard for Best Western, but for the price paid, this hotel gives one of the best bang for your buck if you just need a quick rest for a transit over/ flying over from/to BUF. Denny's 24/7 restaurant just at the front door. Truly recommended of a value hotel near BUF.

Great shopping weekend stay! Reasonably priced for the area and super clean room including bathroom and linen. Very close to airport but noise was not a factor. Included breakfast was the traditional fare but everything was fresh and the hot items hot. Coffee was not great but that's usual. Found our new favourite place to stay in the area will be back next November!

Other hotel provide Shuttle service in radius of 5 km for shopping and other things. But this hotel doesn't have that service which they should consider. But I got office drop everyday morning that was very good.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at the Best Western in Cheektowaga. Knowing that we would not have to breath in second hand smoke from rooms down the hall from ours, as we did in Connecticut, made our stay much more pleasant. My wife and I went for an overnight to shop in Amherst, New York. We didn't book ahead but I had good experiences with Best Western's in the past so we showed up at about 8 PM without a reservation and asked for a wheelchair accessible room. Luckily one was available. I use an electric wheelchair for mobility so needed the accessible room. After unloading all of our luggage we entered the room (#118). It was tiny and smelled bad. It literally smelled like a cat had sprayed the walls, carpet, or both. The room was also so narrow that I couldn't turn my wheelchair around. It had a bed in it that I think was queen-size, but I was told at the desk it was king-size. The only place I could be out of the way was wedged between the bed and the bathroom wall. Not very accommodating or pleasant. The bathroom was adequate although there was quite a disturbing amount of grossness on the shower walls and floor. It was a "roll-in" shower though so that must be why they call it the ADA room. We went back out to the desk and asked if they had any bigger rooms to which we were told they did not. They offered to let us see another ADA room (#116), which we did, but it smelled equally bad and was the same layout in reverse so there was no point in taking that room. After getting settled, upon logging into the Internet we discovered that the auto club rate we had been charged was $10 per night more expensive than their own website. We were too tired to go back to the desk that night so we waited until the morning to address that issue. In the morning we enjoyed their breakfast buffet. It was clean, the food was hot, and they kept on top of clearing the tables as it was quite busy. 5 out of 5 stars for their breakfast buffet. Upon checking out we mentioned the lower rate online to which we were told always check in advance online. There couldn't be a discount given at that point. That was quite disappointing. The clerk was polite and apologized but that didn't mean much to me at that point. I have stayed at many Best Western's and this is certainly soiled my opinion of a typical Best Western experience. I will not return to this hotel as there are many options in the area. If you do need ADA accessibility, I do not recommend this hotel. The ADA room is certainly not accommodating to anyone using a wheelchair.

We apologize that your experience with us wasn't as pleasant as we would have liked. The reason the room smelled like that was because the previous day we were working on changing new faucets in all of the rooms. Near your room in the hallway, there was a heavy leak due to this work and it takes about a day for it to dry up. We apologize for the tiny ADA room which is our standard sized room. We are deeply saddened that this did not meet your needs. We have never had this problem before in the past. You also mentioned that our customer service, breakfast and cleanliness was good which are necessities at any hotel.Thank you for acknowledging that we met these needs at our hotel because they are very important to us. Very pleased with both the facility and the staff. The location, directly across from the airport, is most convenient. The shuttle goes regularly and on pickup from the airport, the shuttle was there within 5 minutes.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights over a weekend. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The free Breakfast was excellent.Had scrambled eggs, sausage and pancakes. They have a cool pancake making machine that makes you 2 pancakes at the push of one button. We left our room in early afternoon and found the room was not serviced on our return. No big deal, but I was surprised they did not do it while we were gone. They did make the room the next day but forgot to give us a new shampoo refill though. Very nice hotel at reasonable cost!

This hotel feels like coming home to me. I stay here every time we fly out of Buffalo. The newly completed breakfast area is very nice. They take the time to print out a sign to welcome Best Western Rewards members that are staying that day. Super close to the airport, shuttle on demand and by the time you walk over to the shuttle area it is there to pick up you up. Great long term parking. Can't say enough.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location at the airport if flying in or out. Rooms are very clean and the breakfast is what you would expect. They have a free shuttle to and from the airport and for a very small fee you can leave your car at the hotel when you fly out.

It was a great location for the event we were attending. The friendly staff was helpful and eager to please. Our room was quiet and clean. The facilities were kept up nicely. We really couldn't ask for more for the price.

This B/W is a bargain in location and service to compreble Inns in the area. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. Good breakfast and very fast shuttle too and from Airport. Walking distance to local restaurants. Try Max;s next door fantastic menu.

"Affordable hotel close to the airport"

We booked this hotel as we had an early morning flight out of Buffalo. Overall, it was a decent hotel, especially for the cost. Nothing fancy about it but it did the trick. The room was clean and it had everything we needed but it is a bit dated. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Pros: Friendly staff, cost and cleanliness were excellent. Cons: The hotel could use some updating. Location: This hotel is close to the airport which was perfect for our needs.

It's a nice mid priced hotel located right next to Buffalo International Airport. It was clean, the staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, internet worked well, TV was nice & free parking; overall it was a very good 3 day stay. I found the Front Desk Supervisor to be very friendly and seemed like a high energy person who conducted herself very professional. With all the great little restaurants in the Buffalo area we ate breakfast at the Polish Village because we wanted to.

The hotel is clean, the staff is so helpful, the continental breakfast includes scramble eggs, sausage and pancakes as well as the other 'regular' items. The rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. Denny's is on the same lot, so if you don't feel like driving for food, you have close options.

Due to our Departure flight time we chose this Hotel at the airport and found the location to be perfect. The staff were great. The hotel shuttle to the airport was easy. Noisy Air Cond. and no Pool or Hot Tub were the only two Negatives for us.

The Best Western Airport location is super, best breakfast, nicest employees and staff. Round the clock juice and coffee plus the coffee maker in the room. Wifi, microwave and frige also in rooms. I do not give the Dennys any points. The waitress did not pay attention to my allergy and I was sick for 3 days.

Beds were comfortable , Rooms clean, staff was professional, Enjoyed always have coffee, juice, and cold water available in the lobby. Did not have to make coffee in the room. Room was quiet. Front desk steered me to transit st. to a lot of restaurants. Chinese Buffet next to Olive Garden was very good for the price.
