Best Western Town & Country Inn

There are better and cheaper hotels around. I usually stay at best western but this one was a bad choice. Staff were more interested in texting on their phones than helping us. Hotel very dated and needs a refresh.

Hotel was able to extend my stay an extra night with no problems! Room was clean and quite. Shower had great water pressure. Love that the air conditioner has an fan option! Check in and check out was smooth!

Very Nice Hotel with clean rooms and very comfortable beds. With all the amenities a traveler might need, including an efficient coin operated guest laundry. It has an elevator which is useful. The hotel provides a full enjoyable breakfast. has an indoor well-maintained pool, it also has a Sizzler restaurant on site which is not great but ok. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a major shopping centre near the hotel.

Wish breakfast was served at 6am instead of 30 minutes later due to me working in that area, the room I stayed in was Very nice and extremely large with a king bed that was Extremely comfortable…. Price was very reasonable but I did wish that the front counter gal was a bit nicer. Maybe a smile and not act put out because I asked for a printed receipt.

They called a small divided room a suite. I consider a suite two rooms. The refrigerator should have a freezer section. Otherwise it was adequate. The shower was great but everything else was as to be expected.

We stopped here on a long road trip and were so excited to check-in in time to use the indoor pool and then walk over to the free lawn show at the Utah Shakespeare Festival. It had a good breakfast with a waffle maker & decent coffee. My son loved the yogurt dispenser at breakfast. The room was clean, beds comfortable, and parking is free and plentiful. We ate at the Sizzler next door bc there weren't a lot of restaurants in the area that were open.

Myself and other guests have been trapped inside the pool building. The exit button doesn't work as it should. There is no way this meets fire code in any American city. The owners have not contacted me after i left my name and phone number so i could explain how guests are in danger if there ever was a serious emergency. They never contacted me.

We stay here every year while attending the Utah Shakespear Festival. We love the King suite that gives a sitting area and large TV. It is close to the University and the theaters. The breakfast had a nice variety of optio We had a play at 2:00 on Wednesday. Our room was not ready for early check in. We were able to leave a bike in the office while we attended a play.

Upon check in clerk couldn't understand what kind of room I wanted, did not recognize that we were BW members. Did not mention how much the room would cost, no water offered, no instructions about breakfast. Air conditioner in room did not work well and it was hot. Stucco tiles falling off outside of the pool building. Looked terrible. Breakfast items were more limited than other BW we've stayed. Won't stay here again. If BW corporate can't have more consistency in their motels, we're moving on to others we know are good.

Beds are comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is amazing. A lot of trees to provide shade and privacy since room doors are on the outside. Only thing I had an issue with was the check-in staff made me uncomfortable and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them for just checking in.

I love this property and stay for the pool and hot tub. Much to my dismay both pools and hot tubs were closed on Memorial day weekend. The Aquatic Center was closed. The staff and facilities were nice. Maybe fix one pool at a time or choose a less busy time?

They could aware people that the pool was closed, once we just chose this hotel because of the pool. So it was pretty disappointed. Next time they could inform it on the website so we can decided if we want a hotel without pool.

Room was clean, but there was some back staining in the caulk on the bathtub. Not aware it was an older property with all exterior room entrances. Not alot of fun in the winter with snow coming down. Breakfast was good. An ok to stay for the nigh. Good location to some restaurtants and gas stations.

The hotel is due for renovations. It's much more worn out compared to my previous stay there in Jan 2021. Front desk staff is not trained to process gift cards. At first, they asked to take a picture of my gift card. (Obviously, I declined for security reasons.) Then, they spent 7+ minutes processing the gift card. They accidentally zero out my gift card balance. The next day, I discover that my card balance is zero. I then spend 30 minutes calling the card hotline to figure out what caused the mess. After tracing the problem to Town & Country, I call the hotel to fix the overcharge, but the front desk won't pick up the phone. More time wasted while I'm on vacation! Finally, on the 4th try, the hotel front desk picks up the phone. I feed them what they need to fix the problem. If the front desk was properly trained and/or more careful, guests would not waste 1+ hours of their vacation fixing the hotel's mess!

The desk clerk could see our reservation in the computer, but would not honor it. We had to cancel and then rebook on-the-spot. That delayed check-in by an hour. A/C & heating not working right either.

The Hotel has everything a Traveller might need. The staff were friendly enough however, not overly helpful. The rooms were quite large, clean and comfortable, the room I had unfortunately was tucked away in a dark corner of the hotel with a brick wall corridor for an outlook. It had an indoor pool and hot tub and a pleasant garden to sit in. There was a microwave and a refrigerator in the room but not sure if that was standard or requested. Hot and cold breakfast was available and was quite nice. there was a Sizzlers restaurant next door which was handy

Easy walking distance to the festival theater and grounds. No safe in the room for valuables, no elevator to second floor rooms. But it is a very nice facility overall. There are both a fridge & microwave in the room.

The rooms are dates but clean. The pool was cloudy and there was gunk in the hot tub. Owning a pool myself these are easy fixes. The other reason for 3 stars is the noise at night. It's on the main road so Friday night there were loud racers. There were also drunk people being loud upstairs. The staff are nice but not overly helpful. I think there other hotels in the area in the same price range that are just as good and maybe more updated.

The room was just an average hotel room. Cleaning was ok, not extraordinary. The hotel does have an indoor pool and hot-tub which was very comfortable. The breakfast was nice, not too complicated. All with all, a pleasant stay for the night in Cedar City

Verry good Place to stay . Friendly Service and Staff. We had a good checkin. The Breakfast was normaly not to match selections. Exist an option to eating at a patio.The rooms are clean also the grounds. The Hotel is okay for overnighting on the road

We are return guests at this motel. We always make it a point to stay at this location if the travel time works out so that it is convenient. We have never been disappointed by any features of this motel, thus our continued patronage We keep in mind that this is not a high end motel/hotel so we do not expect luxury or refined amenities. The grounds, public areas, and pool are all of a good level...

My son and his two young daughters and myself had been traveling all day. After an 8 hour drive, we were so ready for a nice, clean and quiet place to stay. This was it. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. The breakfast was plentiful, the staff helpful and I would stay there again.

Came for 1 day at the Shakespeare Festival with my granddaughter, her first trip here. This is an excellent location, close to coffee shop and restaurants, 2 block walk from festival. She enjoyed the pool and hot tub..

This hotel was decent & inexpensive through a travel app. However, it was rather dark inside, needs some modern touches like lighter bedding, more light, white walls or anything that can brighten the rooms. Did not even attempt the very (to me) boring breakfast. The typical sugary pastry, the cereals you drop into a bowel, etc. Just got coffee & cream.

This hotel was a perfect stop as we travel to visit Yellowstone National Park. We rented several rooms for family members and everyone had a great nights sleep and were happy with the accommodations. The outdoors were beautiful and green (we are from AZ) The town was quiet with many choices for food. The park across the street was an added bonus. Hotel was clean and friendly staff. Will stay here again and would recommend.

I was not able to plug my hair dryer or hair styler into the outlet in the bathroom. These items have a large plug and it would not fit due to the large wood frame around the mirror that partially blocked the outlet. There were no other plugs with a mirror available in the room. Will not stay again due to this issue. The room itself was fine and breakfast was decent. Great location and walking distance to restaurants.

I haven't had such a terrible hotel experience before. The general manager canceled my room when I asked her not to (she refused service) and purposefully hung up on me while I was talking to her during a call. I called back about 15 times after (ringing 15+ times each) and they refused to pick up. I've never been refused service at any establishment in my life, and am shocked by the lack of service and hospitality here. I'm glad that it seems others have had good experiences, but it honestly shocks me. The story: I had called about a room booking issue through a third-party vendor. They told me I had to call the third party, and when I did, the third party contacted the hotel and said the hotel would change my room if I called the next day and talked to a manager. The next day, the manager would not change it. When I pushed her on it, she said she would if I paid extra $. I was unhappy after spending an hour+ and getting the runaround, and being told they would change it. On principle, I didn't want to pay. They didn't budge. I spoke to the general manager. I was not happy since I had spent so much time at this point with nobody taking customer service seriously. I told her I'd have to rate the hotel poorly if they didn't take care of the situation. At that point, the manager canceled my reservation and stated I would not be able to stay there and hung up on me when I said I still wanted the room. I am shocked that at such a low bar they would refuse service. While I was very unhappy and firm, no reasonable hotel should've done that. They refused me service and did not honor what they said they'd do.

Front desk was a bit "in learning". Asked about restaurants and thought the knowledge was "bashful". But overall we are not unhappy. Somewhat of a cool evening, and the heater was a bit noisy and aged. Breakfast facilities and options were very excellent We were only staying one night. Nearby "Sizzlers" was extremely good with all the options to choose from.

We have stayed here before and we're glad to stay here again Restaurants close close around 8:30 so if you are checking in late eat before you get here. There is a sizzler on site but it closes early so eat before you stop here Great pool and hot tub open till 10 pm

This was our first time at this location. We thought it was comfortable and a clean place to stay . We will be back again. Parking was great as well! Rooms were well decorated. I don't have anything but positive things to say and will come back again.

This Best Western in Cedar City Utah was clean, comfortable, had a great pool and hot tub, and breakfast was an added bonus. This is just to fill the required 200 characters that the review requires.....

I had a comfortable stay, the pillows we're the best. Carpeted rooms with a window that opens for fresh air is always a plus. The staff was friendly, willing, interested and responsive. The Inn is in the center of the town with amazing hiking less than a mile away. The tv buffered a bit and the rooms could use two trash cans instead of one, the soap makes for a very slippery bath tub. The value as a rewards member made it almost a perfect stay.

Great hotel for a night stop. More like a motel but was able to park close to our room. Bathroom floor was ice cold and do not like carpet in hotel rooms. Good breakfast and wifi connection. Great restaurant really close by (in the same vicinity) so we could just walk there after driving all day was nice. Very friendly staff.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't use the pool, hot tub or fitness center, but would love to use the indoor pool next time. The room was clean with plenty of amenities. I loved the scent of the shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The room also included makeup wipes and a shower cap. Breakfast was hot and delicious with eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, etc. We will definitely be staying here again.

I picked a hotel due to the indoor pool. Everything was average. Nothing to write home about. Beds seemed smaller than queen size beds (I measured, they are). Drafts from outdoors chilled the room at night. The refrigerator didn't work. Toilets flushing in the rooms above are sure to wake anyone in the middle of the night. Super loud! Oh! And the A/C sounds almost as loud as a vacuum cleaner. Bring ear plugs!

This is a great place to stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins, juice, cereal, fruit, yogurt etc. We really appreciated that they started serving breakfast at 6:30 am on Saturday since we had to get an early start and had all items available. Most other hotels start serving later on the weekends. The rooms were clean, the beds and pillows comfortable and plenty of parking. Only drawback was there wasn't an elevator for the 2nd floor. Easy on and off the freeway.

First off, confusion -- the appealing small town of Cedar City, Utah, may be the only place in America with two Best Western's directly across the street from each other. After trying the newer one (a Best Western Plus), I was directed to the older one (mostly a minus). Our room was cramped; although updated at some point, it definitely showed its age with such tight quarters. The bathroom was so crowded with bathtub/shower and toilet that it almost required a wedge to make an entrance. At least, the bed and bedding were comfortable and the room was clean. One of the real problems with this dated property is just getting to the rooms with road-trip-heavy suitcases. A tall curb from the parking lot is an impediment to reaching the walkway leading to the rooms and exterior stairs provide the only access to second-floor rooms -- certainly not a consumer-friendly situation, let alone one suitable for handicapped travelers. The second-floor laundry room provided an unexpected opportunity to wash some road trip clothes and I couldn't resist that sudden chance. But I had one of two washing machines swallow all my quarters without actually working. I reported this problem to the front desk, but received nothing for my loss (there probably was a laundry room sign warning "use at your own risk," although I don't recall seeing it). Still, Best Western Town & Country provided the cheapest room ($125) on our 3,500-mile road trip. It was decidedly average, not awful. But this place certainly proved, "You get what you pay for."

We enjoyed visiting Zion & Bryce Canyon National Parks. We chose to stay at the Town and Country Best Western in Cedar City, Utah. Our room was adequate, nothing fancy. However, our 2nd night's stay was less than ok. The shower in the room above us leaked to the point of running water down through our bathroom fan/light. This was at 10 pm, we were retired for the night. Front desk relocated us by 10:30 pm to another room. When we checked out we inquired about compensation, discount or possibly points towards our Diamond loyalty account.... Nothing! We exclusively stay at Best Western Properties as Diamond members. We will not be staying at this property again. Loyalty doesn't mean anything to Town and Country Best Western. CEDAR CITY, UTAH.

Pleasant outdoor spaces. Room was clean, quiet, comfortable. No elevator to the second floor room. Staff was friendly. We would recommend this hotel to others seeking to stay in Cedar City and we would return.

When checking in we were informed that all first floor rooms were taken and no elevator served the second floor. We have bikes to store and Julietta graciously helped us do so behind the checkin counter. Rooms are spacious and well maintained except our desk chair was stuck in the bottom position. Again Julietta went out of her way (she checked five rooms) to find us one that worked. Same observation about the odd placement of the coffee maker. All in all a good stay but a little pricey for the location

Nice indoor pool, patios and outdoor space to relax and eat. Lots of breakfast options. Room faced the central street in the city, but was very quiet. Excellent location if attending the Utah Shakespeare Festival, a 10 minute walk.

Everything you need is within walking distance of this hotel. The staff are always helpful and even though it's usually pretty full when we stay there, it is always quiet and feels comfortable and safe. The beds are great and the overall room amenities an excellent value.

This was a stopping off point on my trip up to Montana. The room was nicely kept and staff was very friendly. Wonderful to have the Sizzler's restaurant on site. No problems of any sort. Will stay again

A fantastic place to stay right in the heart of Cedar City. The room was immaculately clean, with coffee maker and fridge. The grounds were well kept with a nice sitting area and indoor swimming pool and hot tub. All the staff from the housekeeping to the front desk and the two ladies who kept the ample breakfast buffet stocked, (sausage, eggs, empanadas) were all friendly and helpful. Plus there's a "Sizzler"right next door and a "Starbucks "across the street. Will definitely return.

Was aghast when I was told room rate was $209, but I was there and it was early evening, so I stayed. Refrigerator did not work, TV remote control kept falling apart, A/C took 6 hours to get to desired temp (which was NOT low), and coffee machine was on counter without outlet and had to be moved after filling with water to get plugged in. Front desk personnel was informed of refrigerator and TV remote, no action was taken as far as I know. NOT up to Best Western standards, and quite honestly is overpriced. I was told they were quite full, which was the reason for the room rate. So, you gouge late comers?

The room was CLEAN and ELEGANT. Bed was so comfortable . Breakfast was so good! pool area and workout room was great! overall experience was very relaxing. I wish I could have stayed there for my whole vacation.

The green-haired check-in woman was okay, but a smile or three would be more welcoming. Second floor room, but no elevator. I wonder how the weak and infirm manage. Once in the room, everything was good. Clean, decent bathroom [low toilet seat], comfortable bed and pillows, and relatively quiet after 10:30p [lots of kids in the pool making noise and its enclosed]. There is a steak house next door [no alcohol] and lots of restaurants in the area. Would return.

We stayed here four 4 nights on our recent trip to the area. Overall the stay was nice but we did not realize that most of the king suites were near the main road. We had some road noise during the day but at night it wasn't bad. Due to an electrical issue we had to change rooms in the middle of our stay. They did not have a room available for us at the time because it was early in the day but the person at the front desk had our luggage moved to our new room while we were out for the day. Room was clean and comfortable and staff was very helpful with suggestions of where to eat. The ladies taking care of the breakfast area were fantastic keeping everything clean and stocked up. Also had homemade empanadas on Tuesday morning.

Nice location with other food places close by. In center of town and would stay here again. This is the older location but cost less and has a pool. Nice to let the kids swim for a bit. Breakfast was the standard Best Western and good way to start your day.

Horrible mold all around window, while air conditioner was blowing spores in the room while we slept. Shower flooding the bathroom floor. Front desk dismissive. Asking us to wear masks in the hotel when they have mold growing around windows of room 201A. Beware of this hotel the cleaning has a lot to be desired!!!

The check in was easy and smooth, and the woman who checked me in was extremely friendly and helped out tremendously. My friend I was with had booked an Airbnb that was at the top of a mountain and did not have access to a lot. We decided we could not do the drive to the top of the mountain everyday, and booked this hotel room last minute. Everything went smoothly and was a great place to stay at. A lot of restaurants and hotels around, as well as not too far of a drive to Bryce Canyon, and Zion National Park (which were the two places we came in the first place for). We loved the hot tub after a day full of hiking, and they offered a great variety for grab and go breakfast (due to Covid restrictions) to help us get ready for a full day.

the outside looks a little old but the rooms are great and clean and lovely! Great staff and really nice stay. I will say that the Tv's were a little finicky but I brought an HDMI cable and hooked up my computer and it was perfect!

This is a great hotel option whether you are staying in Cedar City, using Cedar City as a base camp for exploring or just driving through as we did. This is our third time staying in this hotel while traveling between Phoenix and Northern Utah. Lots of restaurants around too.

After arriving far later than expected it was nice to get checked in quickly and hit the sack. The room was super clean. The bed was really comfy and the A/C was nice & cold. We requested a late check out to try and get a little extra sleep but ended up leaving at the normal time because the cleaning staff closet was right next to our room and they were pretty loud. So if you want to sleep in ask to be put away from there. Otherwise it was a great stay. I'd stay here again for sure.

I would have given this a 4-star rating if only we didn't have to go to Denny's for a filling breakfast. After staying at Best Western and other branded hotels recently in St. George, Bryce Canyon, Moab, Richfield, Torrey, and Duchesne that had welcoming tables in the breakfast area I found the overturned tables and chairs at this inn appalling and unwelcoming. The indoor pool and hot tub are a nice feature. We enjoyed using them. The room was pleasant and the bed comfortable. Thanks for the stack of pillows (there were 5 of them). Nice feature.

The front desk staff really shined and are a highlight of the hotel. Our first room had a water pressure issue when a neighboring room turned on our hot water would stop. I went to the front desk and the got us a new room and one of the workers went and made sure the new room would not disappoint. I do appreciate the effort! The second room a few doors down was very clean and comfortable. The ac made the room very cold and was great. The room was also fairly quiet considering it is a true motel. The pool area and mainly the hot tub was a disappointment. The hot tub especially was cold and constant flow of pool water into it made sure it did not warm up. It really was a bubbly tub rather than a hot tub. The pool area is fairly small so a couple families come it will get quite loud! Breakfast was good and the empanadas they had were both different and good. Overall it's a good hotel, but pool area was a let down if that's what you are looking for.

Enjoyed the stay. Did like the breakfast empanadas, nice twist on normal fare, Would be convenient to all downtown activities, and university. Would stay again if in the area. Price was good. Happy with total experience.

Previous stay here was great. Afterwards we had trouble with some 50 dollar off coupons. The manager contacted me via email and worked with to straighten the problem out. This time around she helped me redeem my free night coupon. Plus we were in limbo with staying an extra night, ( baseball tournament). They were very nice letting us give them the last minute decision. Staff was very nice and helpful. Property was clean, SAFE and quiet. Nice place to stay.

Had a great night sleep in some very comfortable beds, everything was spotless in our room, thumbs up for the housekeeper, the shower had a great supply of hot water and the water flow was plentiful. Went to the Sizzlers that is on the property and had a really good meal, now I know why it was full of people. Overall I had a great stay especially for the price.

I was definitely happy with all service areas of this stay. Very friendly and helpful (: I recommend to anyone who travels through. I also would stay again, as I travel through. Completely clean and food location are near.

I love staying at the Best Western Inn, in Cedar City, it is centrally located, the staff are always friendly and helpful. One time I stayed here the room had some minor maintenance issues. The were awesome about letting me have a late check-out so I could Zoom into an important business meeting, before i left.

Hotel rooms are horribly RUN DOWN & need updating badly. The room colors are ugly. The bathroom sink stopper broke off the first night and it wouldn't drain. The toilet chain broke off the second night and couldn't flush the toilet. We stayed because of the pictures of the indoor pool. My husband wanted to swim. The pool was COLD & the the hot tub was LUKE WARM! This place is AWFUL!!!! I would NOT stay here again.

I love this property! Comfy beds, great selection of pillows, good-sized vanity area, nice shower, lots of parking & friendly, helpful staff. Great location, too—walking distance to the Utah Shakespeare Festival & downtown shops.

Our room had mold in it, and the carpets/walls were peeling. The hotel was fine other than that. Really needs to be updated. TV had to have been from 2007 lol. The front desk staff nonetheless was kind, courteous, and fast.

Friendly welcome, clean well maintained lobby, hotel room, pool, spa, breakfast to go, service was excellent, quiet peaceful sleep, great experience for a very reasonable price, will stay here again. Thanks!

The Inn was easy to access once off the interstate. The rooms are a bit musty though. The heater/air conditioning unit had dirty filters once I traced the smell down to them exactly. Not good air quality for a guest with allergies or when traveling in a pandemic.

This was a great find for traveling up I-15. Very affordable and very clean in the time of COVID. I appreciated the hot breakfast empanadas- it was a great solution to still offering a hot breakfast option as a grab and go due to COVID, instead of just having a bagged muffin like other places. Their sister hotel is just next door, a Best Western Plus, but I'm very glad I decided to stay here and save a few bucks. I had debated which BW to book, and I was happy with my choice.

Great value and best I could find while looking for a place to stop for the night on a few hours notice. Double queen bed was solid with good desk space. Bathroom space a little bit tight. As far as covid breakfasts go, this one was great. They had two varieties of empanadas to go as well as bars and bananas. Outside structure and appearance is a bit old and worn but inside the rooms is great. Good location at the start of downtown Cedar City

We visited Bryce Canyon and chose this hotel based on other trip advisor reviews. Best decision we could have made! We stayed in a King Suite. Bed was comfortable, room was very clean and quiet. The bathroom area was small and yes, as other reviewers stated the hotel was dated, but this in no way should deter one from making this a top choice of hotels when in the area. Can not beat the price and accommodations anywhere else in Cedar City. We highly recommend and would stay at this Best Western again without hesitation.

This Best Western is VERY dated, however, the room we had was clean and functional. With a Great Location in Cedar City, walking distance to many shops & restaurants, with a supermarket rite across the street. This motel is also Very centrally located to visit many National & State Parks (Bryce,Zion) and perfect for the Kanarraville Falls Hike! The front desk clerks were friendly during our visit, and the free breakfast rated a poor, due to Covid-19 restrictions, although other hotels we stayed at in St. George were still able to provide Hot breakfast sandwiches and a much nicer selection than a small bagged muffin and a granola bar. Overall this is your average, clean Best western with a great location at a fair price. No "wow" factor here. Overall Rating ~ Average/Good

The Town & Country was a convenient choice and a good value. The room was clean and functional. It's a bit dated but the staff are welcoming and engaging. Breakfast during COVID-19 was surprising. The bagged empanadas were very good and better than many hot breakfasts. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

While traveling from Montana to California we needed a place to stop for one night. We found this hotel on the internet and decided to try. It was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here one night and were very pleased with our room. There is a really nice indoor pool. These desk clerk was super nice. Breakfast was in a bag but that is just how it is. The room was super clean and the bed was really comfortable! I would definitely stay here again.

Its a comfortable place, well manage and situated in a street (Main) that makes it easy to reach all the needed destinations in Cedar City area. Some Covid-19 changes affect the stay for now, but it is good that they care for their clients.

I've stayed here about 10 years ago but since then, they have redesigned and it is nicer. We stayed for a long weekend from SLC. It was obvious how things changed. The room was updated and had fresh paint, linens, and additional attire. The bed was super clean. We had a hot tub room and the tub was huge. Really large! The water pressure was amazingly strong. Filled the tub in no time. The TV was visible from the bed, couch, and hot tub. Nicely done. The bathroom was smaller but you can't change the construction of the original hotel. It still was functional. Overall, we were happy with the changes. We would definitely stay again. Parking was a breeze. Right on Main Street with restaurants and food around.

Great place! Loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi. The staff were all great. This was a snowboarding trip, so continental breakfast was perfect. The rooms were clean and service was great. We will be back definitely recommend this place.

I was very excited to stay here after I saw all of the positive reviews. My stay did not reflect these reviews at all. My family and I had to be moved to 3 different rooms. First room, had black crud and what appeared to be pubic hair on the bed!! Second room, lights were flickering and the carpet was not vacuumed. Third one should be a charm right? Nope! Ceiling was just about to fall down due to a spraying showerhead and trash (a Babybel cheese) was left behind from previous guests. We just gave up and stayed in this room. Avoid rooms in 150s and 250s close to road. We literally heard every vehicle driving up and down the road, it sounded like the window was open. The pool was freezing both in enclosure and the pool itself. Unfortunately, I have nothing positive to say about this place except for the location. Other than that, the place was a disgusting dump. I will never return here that's for certain. See pics for yourself!

Everything was great! The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable! We were able to check in early and received the room we wanted. The room came with a nice size refrigerator. I'm planning on another trip in a few months and plan on staying at a Best Western.

Was pleasantly surprised. From the outside looks like an old style motel, but the room was big and clean. There were many options for the free continental breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

A really good place to stay traveling from Montana to Yuma AZ. Overall very pleased with our room and the friendly and helpful staff. Was nice to have a good breakfast selection to start our day before getting back on the road.

The hotel location was great. My family and I really liked the breakfast and cleanliness. The indoor pool was great to have during the cold winter temperature. My family and I would like to book another vacation stay at this location.

We loved this hotel/motel. The front desk staff werre friendly and helpful. Restaurant next door with a wonderful salad bar and senior prices! Great value for the money. Full hot breakfast included - set us up for a 7 hour drive!

We booked a room at the last minute when we got caught in a snow storm going across Utah. The check-in process was easy and friendly, and very accommodating, since I requested a ground floor room for easier unloading of some medical equipment that was needed. The room is nice and clean, nothing fancy, but certainly adequate. We had a problem with the heating/cooling system, as, when we turned the heat up, it would over-heat, but we couldn't get it to run to a normal, consistent temperature. We were either hot or cold, which was okay since we tend to sleep on the cool side anyway. The breakfast was very nice (great, fresh salsa for our eggs!), but the hotel was full, and the breakfast room is pretty tiny, so we got our food but there was no place to sit and eat! Accommodations should be made for additional tables and chairs when they have a full house. All the staff was very friendly, and you should check out the beautiful natural rock fireplace in the lobby!

Got there late. Parking lot was plowed but very icy. Room was clean and comfy, a little small for 4 people if we were there for more than just one night.. Would have appreciated the heater being on when we got there. Breakfast was ok.

Room was clean and tidied nicely during my stay. Front desk and housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were hot and tasty with a great variety of items to choose from. I look forward to staying here again for future travels to Cedar City.

I really d the room and the hotel overall. The only issue I had was getting into the place was a little tricky. The breakfast was really good. It snowed the night before and walking across the parking lot to get to the main lobby was cold.

Our midway stop point in past had been St. George, UT. This time we decided to make it in Cedar City,UT (50 mile difference). The location of this hotel is on Main St. with restaurants and little shops within walking distance. Our room was clean and so comfortable; the staff friendly. We'll definitely make this our mid-way stop on our next trip.

This is an older unit but relatively clean and comfortable except the hall carpets need replacing. We got the last first floor room which was good since there is no elevator to the second floor. Included breakfast is above average.

Nothing like waking up to an awesome complimentary full, hot, or cold breakfast! Beds are comfy, so are the pillows! Easily accessible main floor with outside entrance. Nice indoor pool and hot tub for year round relaxation!

I had driven all day and night when I arrived I expected a clean and quiet room. When I entered the room and started to place my things out, there was old dried rice on the night stand that was all greasy. The TV console akso had crumbs of some type of food. When I placed my shoes under the bed there was old used tissues under the bed. As tired as I was from driving I should have fallen right to sleep but I was constantly being woken up by the fast reving driving sounds of cars passing, people slamming their doors closed due the doors having to be slammed to close properly. Hearing people talk as they walked by or through the walls. Impossible ti stay asleep. And for what I paid, I expected a higher end hotel, especially by the pics they have set on the website. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PICS. This is a remodel of a motor lidge style hotel. Not a Higher end Hotel. Dont Let The Name Fool You Into Staying Here.

Never had a single problem at a Best Western property until a recent one night stay broke the awesome night stay streak. Best Western Town and Country Cedar City Utah. The first room was filthy beer cans behind the bed and the floor was not vacuumed well at all. Was given another room only to find out that the heater didn't work properly on a 28 degree night. The front desk came down and turned the thermostat up to 90 degrees with the fan speed on high before warm air not hot but warm air was felt. With the fan on high all night it was difficult to get a good nights sleep. Around midnight on a supper cold night was not an ideal time to switch rooms for the second time on a one night stay. I will give credit to the front desk staff they tried there best. This was a total failure of the part of the supervisor in charge of quality control.

Needed a hotel room last minute and the front desk was very helpful and got us a great rate. Room was nice and clean, breakfast was very good, and very close to lots of little shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Not close to I-15, but close to center of town with shopping and restaurants. Close to Cedar Breaks National Monument. I used a Best Western gift card for a large portion of the charges. Since my credit card had already been charged upon my arrival, the charges were reversed upon checkout and the new charge entered.

This is a no frills hotel. It has no elevator to 2nd floor or roll away beds available. However it was clean and the breakfast was very good with different options each morning. There is plenty of parking and the staff is extremely friendly. Will definitely be staying here again.

We are nearing the end of a long trip, just coming from marginal, high priced digs in Death Valley. (Just a so-so bed and office chair, pedestal sink, thin walls. No blame there -- the fact that the place can offer any hospitality in such a remote spot is a plus.) Imagine our delight when we arrived at the Best Western Town and Country Inn to find a genuine king suite with separate bedroom, with a couch and comfy chairs, plus a generous bathroom vanity. It was spotlessly clean, and this morning we had the BEST included breakfast of the trip (hooray for fresh raspberries!) And all of this for a very reasonable price. If we are every back in Cedar City, we will definitely plan to stay here!

The hotel is clean and the breakfast was above average, but my biggest concern was the drapes gapped. People walking by could see into part of the room. We put some items against them to block as much as possible, but it didn't seem to be completely closed. People shouldn't be able to see anything in your room, including items you have next to the TV.

This stay was really enjoyable!! The desk person was welcoming, the lobby clean, the room was very clean and prepared, breakfast was really good with good variety. We regret we were here for just the one night.

We stayed here while attending the Cedar Livestock Heritage Festival. Location is prime, walking distance of all downtown. The parade Saturday morning was right outside the hotel. We got the suite and would do it again. Big, roomy and clean! The staff is wonderful and caring, they truly try to help. Didn't use the pool or hot tub but it looked clean. The coffee in the room was plentiful. The breakfast was excellent, the staff kept the food fresh at all times, very attentive. Would recommend and come back in a heartbeat.

After a long day of travel, friendly faces and helpful staff made our stay more pleasurable. Room was very comfortable and clean. When we asked for directions for eating establishments, the clerks at desk offered many choices to choose from.

Needed upgrades. Good breakfast though It did provide us with a place to sleep for a night, without traveling another hour in the dark. Our own fault for not checking ahead of time. Staff was friendly enough and curtious

I stayed here for two nights. The room was large and I had plenty of room for all my stuff. The bed was very comfortable. There was also a really comfortable chair and ottoman that was perfect for watching TV after a hard day hiking. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was great. My room was right in the middle of the hotel, so I didn't hear much noise from Main Street or 200 North. The central location of the hotel on Main Street allowed me to walk to all the restaurants and coffee places I wanted to go to. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Cedar City.

We travel twice a year from Montana to our Arizona home and back. We always book thru Priceline and book the Express hotel/motel. Have never been disappointed. We were very happy with our room at the Best Western in Cedar City, Utah. Every thing was perfect.

It was what I expect from Best Western! It had clean, comfortable, largish rooms. . Breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. I would stay here again if I am in the area

This was a great hotel, the staff wa nice, the rooms were clean and my husband really enjoyed the pool. There weren't many people in it during the day or night. We only stayed one night but we'd stay again!

The hotel staff were very helpful. The hotel rooms were clean. The breakfast was great even had fresh salsa to use with breakfast .We walked over to the Sizzler for dinner so that we did not have to drive far it was nice to have a place to go for dinner that was not far.

The room was not clean, items were broken. The bed was very comfy though. The heater/AC unit kept making loud bangs all night. Breakfast was not a happy experience. Pay a few dollars more and stay across the street at the other Best Western Plus.

This place always has first rate rooms and accommodations and is close enough walking distance to groceries and places to eat. I like the pool and hot tub and the rooms are well appointed and well kept.

Spent two nights between visiting both Zion and Bryce National Parks. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had a king suite with separate sitting room. The bed and pillows were very good. The breakfast was perfect just what we needed to start our day!

Excellent location, large rooms, good bed, can park close to your room. It is 2 stories with no elevator so if you cannot climb stairs, be sure to request a downstairs room. Also it has higher than normal height toilet, so you don't have to request handicap room if this is your only need. It has a larger than normal hotel refrig with a small freezer, and a microwave. It has the best breakfast with options for everyone, including eggs, breakfast potatoes, breakfast burrito, ingredients to make a muffin breakfast sandwich (similar to MCD egg mcmuffin), sausage, hot chocolate, Belgian waffles, soft yogurt, fresh fruit & other toppings, juices, assortment of breads, cereals, coffee & more.

Want sheets or a childs playpen, then you better be prepared to walk far away to get them yourself according to the front desk on my OCT visit. Looking for a clean place to stay, pass this one because the carpets are filthy and the room has a mold smell. The beds were heavily used and do not support well. There was a dead wasp on the AC. The toilet paper holder pops off and the toilet paper flys off every time it's used. The remote for the tv had crusty residue on it. The only positive is the rooms pretty quiet. Not sure where the good reviews are coming from. Id only recommend this if you are desperate.

Stopped in Cedar City on a trip to Southern California. It was a first time off the freeway in this little town and we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the breakfast room was clean and the food was fresh and good. Staff was Friendly.

In the past month, I have traveled from Las Vegas, NV to Hudson, WI to visit family and friends. During my travels, I have checked in and out of 7 hotels and motels. This was the best one of all. My room had been cleaned by Jael RiQuelme. It was probably the cleanest room I have ever stayed in. Thank you.

We had a good night's sleep (in a nice clean room), especially with being on the second floor, without noise from above. However if you can't do stairs, or have heavy bags, you need to have a first floor room, as these rooms are accessed by an outdoor staircase only and open to the outside (rather than an interior hallway). The breakfast had more than the usual options, and I really liked the fresh salsa you could add to the scrambled eggs. The breakfast staff were friendly and very attentive. The hotel is right across the street from Lin's grocery store, with a Starbuck's inside!

Great location while attending Shakespeare Festival and in walking distance to festival. Pleasant room with comfortable beds. Great breakfast with many choices including lots of fresh fruit. Nice patio area for sitting and relaxing.

I am bouncing from hotel to hotel on a business trip and this was a welcome stop. The location is in the center of town, not out by the freeway, great for getting out and walking around and for festival goers it is blocks away. Stay was very pleasant Room was clean bed was comfortable and conveniently located in cedar city walking distance to downtown. The only flaw was second floor room with no elevator so we had to carry luggage upstairs

Eventhough we slept in each day, our room was clean each afternoon we returned. Communitication with maid service was purposeful and effective making our stay much more enjoyable. Parking was more than sufficient. Local diner was available and very good. Air conditioning was very comfortable. Perfectly located near walking distance to shops, stores and diners.

This hotel is right on the main strip through town, we walked to the Park, Restaurant, and a really good local Coffee shop. Also super close to the University, you could also walk but a little longer.

Stayed here for the Three Flags Rally. It was very busy and I was impressed with the staff how they handled the multiple check ins. They were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are nice and large. Clean and they had the AC on for us at arrival

This was a great location very clean and even though it doesn't have a elevator the staff offered to carry our luggage up the steps! It has a nice pool and spa. Our bed was comfy! Breakfast was great with many options and enough tables to accommodate everyone!

The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of this very pretty town. All amenities available to use and friendly staff there to help. We had a choice of restaurant being so central. Rooms were well appointed though the bathroom was a bit on the small side, however it was ok. Slept well

This hotel was a great place to stay, a little more than 1/2 mile walk or drive to the Shakespeare Festival campus, about a 10-12 minute walk for us. Much better than average free breakfast with fresh salsa & fresh mixed fruits in season. Yogurt machine with raspberries, strawberries & granola toppings; sausage, eggs & cheese to make a breakfast sandwich, waffles, & more. Bigger than average mini-fridge, microwave, clean room, sink separate from bath & toilet so convenient for sharing.

I have stayed in a number of hotels in Cedar City, I must say this is the best so far. It's location is fairly good , 5 minutes by car to a large shopping centre and restaurants. In fact they have a Sizzler Restaurant next door. The rooms are well maintained and clean. Some rooms are under stairways which gives a dark outlook but once inside the room I found it bright and cheery. Breakfast was of good quality and well presented with facilities to eat outdoors in the courtyard. Whilst the staff appeared friendly and helpful they were not really forthcoming with any request made. It caters for all the travellers needs such as a coin laundry, ice machines etc. however I'm not sure it has an elevator.

Very clean; hotel was quiet but most of the Labor Day visitors had left. Restaurant in the parking lot and Cedar has many good places to eat. Had apples and bananas in lobby for guests:) across the street from a strip mall with grocery store/pharmacy and coffee shop.

WE have stayed at the Best Western Town and Country Inn many times. It is in a great location for the Shakespeare Festival and downtown. Service is wonderful. We will always check this place first for lodging.

I had been driving for many hours and wasn't sure I would find a place to stay when I drove in to Cedar City. It is a lovely little town and this hotel was right in front of me. I went on line and found nothing but nice things said so I decided to try it. First thing that happened was that the desk clerk reduced the original rate she quoted me when I mention I found it for a little less of line ( and the reduction was quite a bit less.). I was pleasantly surprised by the recent room updates, the comfortable bed and the sparkling clean bathroom. Breakfast was fresh and the coffee good. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice rooms, very clean. Comfy beds with a selection of pillows. Great breakfast with wide variety of hot and cold items. So no matter how hungry you are, you'll be satisfied. If the weather's nice (which it always is in Cedar City), you can eat outside in the lovely courtyard. Friendly, efficient staff. Perfect location. All-around great place to stay.

This hotel is located in the heart of everything you might want to see and do in Cedar City. The price you pay is well worth it for what you get; a clean lovely room with great servive and a good brfeakfast.

Best Western Town and Country Inn Cedar City, Utah Fourth time I have stayed at this location. Great staff, next to Sizzler and the free breakfast was very good, with good coffee, and actual sausage in the sausage gravy and biscuits! The suite was a very comfortable option for three adults and still very reasonably priced. I would recommend this location to any traveler.

Clean room, with good attention to making up the room each day. This property is convenient to our visit to the Utah Shakespeare Festival. It is close enough to activities that we can easily walk. Friendly staff. We have stayed at this facility several times, and we plan to do so in the future whenever we visit Cedar City.

Stayed one night August 29 on our way from Bryce National Park to Vegas. It was easy to find off the interstate, and room was comfortable. A very nice outdoor patio, although it was raining the night we stayed. Extensive hot breakfast. Had good dinner across the street at the Depot Grille. Towels, toiletries, bedding all very nice.

During our 2 1/2 week vacation we stayed at various BW along the west coast. This was one of our favorite BW. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was delicious with plenty options to choose from. The pool was fabulous and the fitness center was great with good workout equipment options and clean. We would recommend this BW, great value for the price.

Beds were comfortable and room was clean. A/C worked well kept the room very cool at night. Breakfast was good with many choices available. Nice pool that could be used year round because it is indoors.

I looked at a lot of hotels in Cedar City there was many along the Interstate that were cheaper. I was unsure at first where to stay, in the end I decided to rely on the reputation of Best Western and hoped that the Best Western Town & Country Inn would be a nice place to stay. I was very happy, that I decided to pick Best Western it had a great location and was so clean and nice, the bed was so soft. While in Cedar City I drove around the other hotels I was thinking about staying at. I was not impressed by their location nor the way they looked. There must of been a lot of Photoshop, done on their advertisements. I am so glad I stayed at Best Western it was really a nice hotel I would strongly recommend it to everyone visiting Cedar City, Utah.

Go during the week usually not as crowded. Tuesday thru Thursday the best days to visit Cedar City. Temperatures are usually in the 80's, very comfortable. Wide choice of restaurants. A nice father's market on Thursday's from 4 tp 7 PM. Everything is in walking distance from the hotel, we is why we like staying there.

This hotel is an older style facility with the advantage of having spacious, well kept rooms and all the amenities such as microwave and refrigerator. The layout was comfortable-it was like having 3 rooms. The bed is in a separate room from the lounge/living room area. There was a sofa and 2 lounge chairs as well as a desk chair--the family could gather comfortably. The sink is separated from the bathroom facilities. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of food choices. The breakfast room was clean and outdoor seating in a pleasant area was available. We were particularly pleased with the exercise facility. The pool is large and all of the equipment was in good working order.

Bed was great, room was clean and close to everything I needed. Was traveling alone and was very comfortable with surrounding area being safe for me being alone. Breakfast was nice and coffee was great!

I would recommend this motel to anyone. The facility is very clean and the staff is amazing. We had traveled to the Shakespearean Festival and the Towne and Country is located so near that we were able to walk to all the plays.

The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. Some of the pillows were hard, but we found soft ones. We liked the two rooms. We did have some trouble with the sitting room remote. Sitting on the couch we had to hold the remote above our heads to work. The hotel is very near to the Utah Shakespeare Festival. We could walk to the theaters.

Good location to walk to the Shakespeare festival. Decent breakfast spread. Not much else to say... standard hotel room given the hotel star rating. Usually I note the bathroom is the shower over tub with curtain configuration (not my favorite but on par for the hotel rating)

Clean, well furnished and quiet. Sizzler right in the parking lot so if you like Sizzler you're in business. Complimentary breakfast was more than expected and in my opinion helps offset the total room cost. Dead in the middle of town so everything you need is right there.

The room was clean, I used Priceline and got a decent price. And the staff was friendly, and helpful. Location was great too, right on Main Street and close to SUU. We will be staying again on our next visit.

No housekeeping done had to go get even towels and deal with snarky comments because apparently speaking her boyfriend was the priority asked to speak to manager four times and no response had to go down because bill needed explaining because was a few hundred higher than the email I got when booked We asked for first floor they wanted to give us a second floor without an elevator and being disabled this is not an option and received attitude regarding this request explaining to me that it was only one flight of stairs Lots of attitude and disrespect and it must come from management otherwise I would of heard from them

Totally screwed up reservation and billing and told it cant be fixed. Save yourself a bunch of aggravation and look elsewhere for lodging. This place does not deserve to bare the BW name. Sad but it is always about how it is managed and led.

The room was very nice. The room was very clean and in a great location. Lots of things that we could walk to. We choose this location because we could drive to the 5 major national parks and other attraction. Lots of wonderful shops and restaurants

Located down the street and around the corner from the Shakespeare Festival. Which is why we were there. Also close to super market and lots of dinning options. Breakfast at hotel was not great but not really a big deal to me. I liked the staff, everyone seemed friendly.There was a nice court yard to hang out in and plenty of couches and chairs to lounge in.

Loved the location, amenities the hotel had. Quiet, comfortable bedding. The only issue was I had to request towels for the 2nd day stay, called the front office lady stated I had to go pick them up myself. That was an inconvenience. Other than that everything was perfect.

Great location and within walking distance of the Shakespeare Festival. Also they serve a large variety of items for breakfast which is very good.. We have stayed at this motel for many years and find the staff very friendly and helpful in all situations.

Everyone was polite. I would have given higher points if when I asked about have ing pizza delivered for my hungry kids she had mentioned - order drinks we don't have vending machines. She was helpful in other ways. Breakfast was great!!! The ladies did extra to make it so.

This hotel is pretty old. Luckily we came late, slept, and left early. In my opinion it's not worth the price. The trees in the parking lot covered our car in sap. We had to go find a car wash before traveling.

The room was well appointed and everything worked. The price was very reasonable, compared to other facilities we have stayed in. We were able to park right in front of our room, making for easy access to our vehicle. The staff was helpful and polite. Can't ask for much more.

From the person who greeted me and checked me in, to my cleaning staff, Ana, who did a wonderful job keeping my room supplied and clean, I had a great 3-day booking at this Best Western. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding.

I stayed at this hotel while seeing a play at the Shakespeare Festival. I got a good night's sleep in my room. The free breakfast in the morning was great. The hotel is close to restaurants and shops.

Can always count on a good experience when I stay at Best Western. Check in was fast and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable . The breakfast room had plenty of tables and a good selection of food. Check out was quick so we could get on th Road early.

This BW was quit nice and had great breakfast. The problem I had was if you have a do not disturb sign on your door past12 noon, they do not come back to clean it in the PM. I didn't know that and called at about 4 PM when I came back to the room and was told that rule. The next morning I tried to get my room cleaned first thing and they didn't clean it until almost 12 noon. We were going to the Shakespeare festival so we were in an out between plays and seminars. We couldn't get on BW's schedule.

Great location with a great rate. Very clean and comfortable room. The hotel looked full but it was very quite. Easy to walk to surrounding restaurants (Hint, walk down to Centro Pizza). We'll stay there again. All in all, a great place to stay.

Another super sized bed and room. Comfy chairs, desk and a suitcase table. Lamps are beautifully and cleverly designed delivering in looks and use with electrical plugs for charging up your toys. Lovely indoor swimming pool, located across the road from a shopping centre and a super breakfast that is included

I stay here regularly, close to everything and walk to everything. The property is really well maintained and clean. great breakfast and helpful desk staff. Easy to park and walk to most every thing. Staying here is staying in the middle of town on the north side of Downtown.

The room was clean. The desk clerks were friendly and very helpful. The TV was a little difficult for me to follow. But there is seldom anything worth watching on tv/We like old movies and did not see any. So we read instead, a good past time ! We enjoy this best Western.

We were there for the Shakespeare Plays. The hotel was close by and made our stay very comfortable. We did not use the convenient breakfast, but it was offered. I especially appreciated that the desk clerk called our room after we checked in to make sure everything was in order.

I have stopped in many hotels driving from CA to CO and this was by far my favorite! Friendly staff comfy room they had pack and plays and the pool and spa were great! Heated though not a ton but at least my kids and I could get in! The breakfast was delicious and they had an outdoor seating area which was great for my two littles!! I will definitely be returning to this hotel on our next drive!

Excellent staff, always helpful. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Nice desk with good office type chair and USB port on the lamp. This is an all-around everything you need motel. Good breakfast selections too.

Restaurants were in a easy driving range just down the street. King room was large and close to the pool, workout facility, ice machine and morning breakfast, but not too close where you heard noise. Friendly staff and a good morning breakfast to start your day. Close to I-15.

Our over all impression of this hotel and staff was outstanding. We had a very nice King room with jetted tub at a great price. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay a good one. Breakfast was very good for hotel type fair. Thanks to all staff that made our stay enjoyable.

It's a place to sleep and an average breakfast. But the hotel is dated and the pillows are pretty crappy. That being said there's really not many better options at that price point in Cedar City so book knowing your getting above average for this city.

The rooms are a bit dated but not yet in need of renovation. My wife and I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite that was very well appointed and very comfortable. Our three night stay while visiting the area was very comfortable and restful. I liked the location as it was far enough away from the freeway to be quiet at night once local traffic died down in the evening. It was also located right next to a Sizzler Restaurant which made dining very convenient if you didn't want to get in your car or walk very far. The room was a very good value for the amount we paid and I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Check in was fast and courteous. I arrived a bit early and they let me check-in when I arrive. Room was clean and spacious. Easy on and off I15. I was able to park my card in front of my room --it was easy access.

Great location, good breakfast and nice pool / fitness room. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Outside of hotel could use a little updating but inside was clean and modern looking. Rooms are both inside accessible or outside.

We enjoyed staying here as the room was clean, beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the full breakfast the next morning. The onsite restaurant was very convenient for a late dinner, also. Check out was simply leaving the keys in the room.

This place is located within walking distance of just about everything, the customer service is excellent. We stayed in the king suite which was like a small apartment, clean and comfortable and a great value.

The Town & Country Inn was a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and orderly. The bed was comfortable and the location of the motel was great. I enjoyed the layout of the room. Easy access from the freeway. The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and will be there again.

The Best Western Town & Country Inn was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. They have a guest laundry which was very helpful for us to get some laundry taken care of. There is a Sizzler steakhouse right next to the hotel and we walked there for dinner. Our room was very nice, 2 queen beds. The breakfast was good. When we checked out we really appreciated the desk clerk advising us that there was major road delays on I-15 and we took an alternate route. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We made our trip to attend our Granddaughter's graduation. It was a quick trip. The Inn was near the SUU campus and the price was fair. We usually stay across the street in the BW RV park for a longer period. The T & C was more convenient for our need this trip.

After a very long drive, i called BW Reservations and they recommended this place in Cedar City. It was my first time here at this hotel. Immediately I felt welcomed and looked forward to a relaxing evening. I was not dissappointed. I was on the ground floor, expected to hear the room above me, or the folks next door. No sound, it was so quiet! I slept like a baby! I did use the exercise room. Well equiped with free weights, bench, treadmill, exercise bike, stair stepper, towels, water, big screen tv, temperature control, yoga mats, and another machine that has a weighted pulley system. The place was very clean!

Excellent value for a really large King Suite. Breakfast was better than most continental breakfasts, lots of fresh options. Enjoyed the hot tub at the end of a fun day. Front desk employees were both friendly and informative. Guided us to an excellent Mexican restaurant

Nice room, very clean. Everyone was more than accommodating and very helpful. The lady told us where the local shops were and how to get to them. The Easter bunny was there when we stayed! We did not use the pool, although it looked nice.

Hands down the best breakfast I've ever had at an inn. Kudos and shoutouts to the workers who prepare this food on the daily! The place itself was super clean and spacious, with a gorgeous lobby and plenty of parking.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Town and County Inn in Cedar City UT. What a nice clean city and the amenities at the hotel were great. There's plenty of restaurants in close walking distance of the hotel and close freeway access.

We booked this hotel online. At the time of the booking and prior to check in we were never told the hot tubs and swimming pool would be closed for "scheduled maintenance". We found out when we checked in. We definitely would not have booked this hotel had we known. The hotel is older and some of it shows. We had to change rooms because the mattress in the first room had a big dip in it. All of this might be okay. What was not okay was the General Manager "May" attitude. Not one sign of concern or apology. She was very flippant about letting us know we had booked through a 3rd party so she didn't care. "had you booked through us I would have discounted your stay" Need less to say we won't be back to this hotel again.

My family stopped at this hotel on our way to Vegas to break up the 18 hr drive. Nice spot to stay and an excellent value for room. We got the 2 room suite which was awesome for my family. Highly recommended place to stay. We will visit you again on the next Vegas trip. Thanks for your hospitality.

When we travel we usually rely on Priceline.com to help us find good places to stay. This time we chose a Priceline special price for "A 3-star hotel" in Cedar City. In this deal you don't actually see where you'll be staying until after you book it. So, we booked it, and it looked fine, so we kept the booking and stayed there. Once we arrived we saw that this was a true motel with a layout reminiscent of the 1970s-1980s. It had been a long time since we stayed in a motel where the rooms all open to the outside and you accessed them via outdoor walkways. I had high hopes when I checked in. The lobby and main building, including the pool, etc, had clearly been updated and renovated sometime in recent history. Things started to go downhill a bit once we got to our room, however. First off, the climate control was difficult to get right and the room, like the rest of the motel, just kind of looked and felt old. The beds were comfortable enough, and the room had everything we needed. Sadly, my wife complained of a "wet-dog" or "dog-pee" smell next to her side of the bed. The smell wasn't overpowering, and it was late so rather than go through the hassle of seeing if we could change rooms we decided to just stay where we were. My wife didn't sleep well because of that I didn't sleep well either, but it was just one night so we hung in there. The next morning when we mentioned the smell to the front desk clerk all we got was a puzzled look and an assurance that animals are not allowed in the rooms. This, of course, does not keep people from sneaking pets into rooms...which is what I assumed happened. On the plus side, the hot breakfast was nice - lots of cold and hot options for a free motel breakfast. Though the breakfast was the main bright star in our stay, we left disappointed overall and will not stay there again if/when we pass through southern Utah again.

They use too much water conditioner.. it was so slimy and gross we brushed our teeth with bottled water and I showered at my family's house. Parking was easy and staff friendly. The pool looked nice too

We were pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem. The rooms are large and extremely comfortable. The staff was great. Breakfast was the usual...waffles, eggs, pastries, cereals, yogurt, fruit and beverages...but fresh and good selection. Will definitely be back.

We had a very quick check-in by a lovely lady. Our room was clean warm and had a fridge and microwave. I used the indoor pool, it was small but warm. The breakfast was the best I have ever had at a motel. Really enjoyed the fresh yogurt and all the fresh fruit.

As far as chain hotels go, this is the best we have found, even better than Hilton chains. Very clean, and we felt safe at this location. All the staff we encountered were very kind and helpful, will definitely be first choice next time we travel.

We enjoyed the Best Western Town and Country. The stafff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hot and plentiful. We enjoyed the yogurt and berries. We plan to stay here next time we are in the area.

This hotel is really super-outstanding!! From check-in to check out everyone & every thing was perfect!! They really should be a 'Plus' hotel!! From the breakfast buffet, to the work-out room to the pool!! And nice and roomy rooms with super comfortable pillow top beds!! We will stay here again!!

We stayed for two nights in a main level King Suite. It was perfect for our quick trip and had every amenity we needed. It was spacious and updated. Check in was quick and although we didn't have time to take advantage of the free breakfast it's always good.

Friendly staff. Had a great check-in and easy check-out. Great room. It was clean and even though it was in the center of the corridor, it was quiet. Great breakfast. They ran out of scrambled eggs, but quickly refilled. Will stay here again when in the area.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and comfort of the beds here. Also, the many breakfast selections were fresh and tasty. My only complaint is the indoor swimming pool room was too cold.

It was great for a one night stay while traveling to another destination. The breakfast was excellent. Had to walk outside to get to breakfast room. The pool and hot tub were difficult to access. It is indoor but you hae to walk outside to get to it.

Easy online check in and check out. Friendly staff that even helped us with where to ear and visit. They let us know of a new loop that had been recently opened in the canyon . We found a good place to eat by taking their opinions. She offered me a late check out which was so appreciated.

For our thirty year anniversary, my wife and I wanted to go somewhere with clean super fluffy snow in the area and a romantic room. We had been to Bryce Canyon several years ago and it was great. We took a chance on this area and this hotel; scored on both. There is nothing like soft fluffy Utah snow. We are not skiers, but know our snow. I got this room, king with a whirlpool bath, via Booking.com. The room is huge. Nice soft king bed, a sofa, mini fridge., microwave, HD TV, separate bathroom, a huge jacuzzi tub, and an electric fireplace make this room an exceptional honeymoon cove. Our second night there, it snowed a total of eleven inches.! Our wish of snow on our anniversary was fulfilled. The staff was on top of keeping the parking lot clear of snow the next morning. The property serves an excellent breakfast from 6:30am to 10am to the guests. This is a well stocked meal. There is a Sizzler on the site. Just FYI, the city is great at keeping the roads plowed when snow is present. This property is located in the downtown district. We loved our jacuzzi tub, room for two easily. The bed was ultra comfortable also. The electric fireplace provided more than adequate heat and was an cozy addition to the room. Now the drawbacks. Our room was on the second floor. My wife is disabled and stairs give her difficulty. There is not an elevator on site. If I wanted ice, I had to walk downstairs to a room on the outside of property. An upstairs ice machine near the room would have been great. Unfortunately, our room did not have a full length window. This room has only two small three foot windows at shoulder height. My wife wanted to watch the snow fall but could not because the windows are too high and short. The staff were great. If your a skier, the Brian Head area is within an half hour drive. Bryce Canyon is within an hour drive, if the mountain highway is open. There are several local restaurants in the immediate vicinity and numerous popular fast food places close by also.

Very satisfied with service and location of This BW town and country inn. My wife and I had a great weekend getaway. The hotel was nice and breakfast was awesome. Probably the best breakfast I have had at any hotel. The town is beautiful with its surrounding mountains. Shout out to Maria, who took excellent care of everyone during breakfast.

We had a lovely one night stay. Tyger was helpful and patient with our late check in. Breakfast was well stocked and Elsy & Maria were on top of it! The ladies were super kind to our kids and made our morning very pleasant.

We made last minutes arrangements to stay at this hotel and they gave us a good rate. The room was clean and ready for us. The breakfast was good. The property was across the street from a grocery store so that was convenient for a last minutes purchase need.

This property was easy to find, had a lot of parking and check in was fast! Our room/suite had a huge jetted bathtub that my husband and I could fit in comfortably. After driving most of the day, it was a welcome relaxation to soak in such a great tub. Coffee & tea maker makes taking my daily pills smooth. Fridge and microwave were not used, but important to us usually. Bed was very comfortable as I was having back issues. We will return again next month.

Over the years we have often stayed at this hotel during our travel south or north through Cedar City. This hotel has consistently provided good service. The room has always been clean and comfortable, and the array of breakfast items has been consistently outstanding. Since we are from Canada, the exchange rate plays an important part in deciding which hotels to stay at. The price this year at the end of December was excellent and fit within our budget, even with the high exchange rate.

Although only an overnight stay, we found this hotel very comfortable, safe, clean and well presented. We will return. The location is convenient; Sizzler restaurant next door is handy; we did not use the pool

Was a great value, for the price we had a great stay and my children really enjoyed the pool and spa. The breakfast was great and it's central location to downtown cedar was great. We walked to dinner and then some coco all within 5min, it was great!

This is an older hotel but very clean. The staff at check in was a little disinterested. But the morning staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety. Overall a good place to spend the night passing through.

My family stayed at this inn for Christmas this year (or rather, last year!), and I cannot begin to express how wonderful the experience was. Aside from experiencing our very first white Christmas, and having it snow right there at the hotel on Christmas morning, we were truly blessed to have been in the care of a wonderful and caring staff. In particular, we would like to thank Jael Riquelme, the woman in charge of housekeeping. She was very attentive, had our rooms spotless and in perfect condition when we arrived, and was an absolute delight whenever we ran into her! She was a sweet woman who my children remember fondly and were more than happy to leave part of their Christmas “gift” there for her as a well deserved tip. Muchas gracias, y Feliz Año Nuevo!

The Best Western in Cedar City, Utah is easily one of the best hotels my family and I have ever stayed in. Amazing staff serving with great attitudes and stunning smiles, particularly in the dining room. Maria, in particular, who is in charge of breakfast is an angel. She made our stay there feel welcome and cozy the two mornings we spent here, treating us as though we were family or friends rather than just some more clients. Maria was always on top of everything, lovable, and made my children want to give up a bit of their Christmas gifts in order to leave her a generous tip. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay, and would absolutely recommend enjoying some of that complimentary breakfast! Muchas Gracias!

We reserved a king suite for a few days around Christmas. I was concerned when I checked in about the road noise I was hearing in the lobby. I asked the clerk if our room would be noisy and she assured me it would be fine. Well she must have never spent a night in one of the rooms she endorsed. Horrendously loud trucks going up and down Main Street. I could just as well have been on the 405 in Orange County. It's probably quieter. I have stayed across the street at the best western and it was so much quieter. Our room is impeccable as far as cleanliness and furniture quality, but the road noise is a deal killer. Another positive is the location as right on main near a Starbucks and a bunch of fun boutique retailers and delicious diners. Truthfully, if you avoid the king suites here you are probably fine. Maybe the owners of the hotel could lobby the chamber to get the local Police Department to better regulate this corner. Sounds like a drag strip outside.

Very nice amenities, room was clean (thank you Jael!) and roomy, had a desk and separate big upholstered chair as well. Nice size fridge, nice bathroom. Breakfast was very decent and included. It is a motel style, park your car in front of your door which I always appreciate, makes it so convenient! My only problem is I couldn't figure out the thermostat so I was up at night a few times trying to just get it to stay off. Otherwise nice and quiet room location too.

We stayed here for 1 night while travelling the country. Not bad for the price and breakfast was included. Room was not as spacious as some of the other hotels but managed to fit all suitcases (we stayed in a 2 queen bed room). Bathroom was clean and tidy, as was the room. The only thing that we found that could be improved on is the main door weather seals. The bottom of the door seal was worn out and there was no seals around the rat of the door. Hereford cold air got inside and created a small draft on the floor. We had a work around this and it worked. Not a big deal in summer, but in cold and snowy winter, such small air leaks make a difference. Not complaining, just the only thing that stood out. Besides that, staff was friendly and over all stay was comfortable and peaceful.

We stayed here in early December when the hotel was relatively quiet. The very friendly lady on reception checked us in earlier without any hassle. The room was perfectly fine for an overnight stay. Very clean and a good shower - the two main needs when staying away. The hotel is ideally situated to the local amenities (Brick House Cafe is good for lunch/coffee) Breakfast was freshly prepared when we ate at around 06:30 and was good value considering the cost to stay. Not the largest selection but for the money??!! Parking was right outside the room and was secure. Only down side was the fact that the rooms have walkways in front of so you can have guests walking in front of your room (and the large windows) Not especially an issue in December but at busier times...

Booked this stay at the last minute. I arrived late and the staff was very helpful. The room was spotless and smelled good. I slept well on the comfortable bed. The location was great as I was able to get my run around town in before sunrise. Breakfast was perfect.

My husband and I had an enjoyable stay- on our road trip home from AZ. THe check in process was fast and the girl friendly and efficient. We were able to choose our room location- even though it was the thanksgiving holiday weekend! The room 231 was plenty large, very clean and nicely furnished. Bed was great. Bathroom was small, but adequate. Like having the sink outside. Had coffee in the room as well as at breakfast. Complimentary Breakfast had hot and cold very ample choices- eggs, breakfast burritos, waffles, and more! Plenty of parking for trailers. The restaurant choice close by was somewhat limited unless you drove. But we found a decent one across the street. The Depot Grill had a nice atmosphere, good choice of wine, good service but the food was so-so.

Very comfortable place, clean room, great spa area. My visit was enhanced by lovely personnel such as Maria, Elsy and Alice. The location is perfect as the Hotel is close to a lot of restaurants. Access to a whole variety of food at their buffet! Completely recommended!

This is a somewhat smaller Best Western (there is a larger Best Western Plus right across the street) but the service is excellent. The breakfast was very good with eggs, waffles, breakfast meats, fruit, yogurt etc. The staff was friendly and professional. Check in and checkout fast and easy. The rooms were clean and the bed very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again when we are back in the area.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I had to book another night and they were extra helpful with that and even let my girlfriend and I check into our new room early. This is a great hotel, and I highly recommend staying here.

Great hotel located in the middle of town close to everything. Rooms were spacious and breakfast was perfect. Sizzler located on property. Best burger in Utah located across the street at Hermies. Get the Hermie burger.

First, let me say that the employees here are very friendly and helpful. The hotel and property could use a facelift. Our room was reasonably priced and clean. The sink did not drain well. The parking spaces are very small, even for a mid sized vehicle. Breakfast was quite tasty.

We stayed here for one night mid-October on our way to Zion. The suite was perfect, clean and spacious and breakfast was good too! We would stay here again if visiting Cedar Breaks National Monument and recommend to others.

This hotel is a great value and we found it to be clean and comfortable for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows appeared to be new. Bathroom contained our amenities. Breakfast buffet was very good.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and professional. Aside from the nice rooms, the hotel offers a nice breakfast, well stocked and well managed by the kitchen staff. They are also quick to clean up and check that you are satisfied with the food offered. In addition, there is a nice fitness center to use, if desired. Finally, the location is perfect, near nice dining options, national parks, and in a very quaint town.

We love this motel, the breakfast is always amazing and our kids love the pool. Super close to essentials, and rooms are nice! We have stayed here multiple times, and are always pleased. When we know we are coming to Cedar this is the only hotel we look at.

There were not enough electrical outlets. The one in the bathroom was blocked by the frame of the mirror. I consider the one in the bathroom essential. Rooms were comfortable, staff was friendly, breakfast was typical.

We always stay here and nothing changes, always perfect, great facility, great staff, great value. It's always what you expect and BW always delivers. The fact that there is a Sizzlers in the parking lot is an added bonus.

Always will stop at CC BW . On our way to Mesa from BC. Nice town with lots of restaurants.Easy access coming in and going out. Staff knowledgeable about where gas stations are and price.As well as were to eat to match your style of food. Thanks to Aubree at the desk. Our room to our surprise was a suite. Living rm and bed room each with a tv. Breakfast with homemade salsa was great.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights. Had a king room and were very pleased with the accommodations. Very clean, excellent water pressure from shower, hi-boy toilet (easy on the old folks), and just an all around good stop off point. Continental breakfast beats many other properties we've stopped at with fresh fruit cut up among the standard waffle maker, eggs, bacon, hash browns, cereal, yogurt with toppings to add in. Coffee was very good too. Sizzler restaurant next door. Would make this a stopover if back in the neighborhood again.

Oh we travelled out of the Boonies a day earlier into a luxurious hotel Having left Torrey with that hotel with a 2 inch gap below the door, the curtains 3 inch short, the showers at nose level; this Best Western was heaven on earth. Had everything that you would expect plus loads of additional space. Only downside was a late arrival of 3tour busses ... so we had to get up early to avoid contact It worked and we outflanked them!!

We love staying at your hotel, everyone is always friendly and polite Breakfast is always great as well However, this time we stayed in room 207 and the wall socket in the bathroom is too close to the mirror and would not allow the dryer plug to fit. The only other plug available was in the room with no mirror. Unsatisfactory.

This is a great traditional style Motel that is clean and updated. They serve an excellent hot breakfast with the best breakfast burritos ever. The bathroom is spacious and clean and the shower has good water pressure. The parking lot has nice wide spaces that will not crowd a pickup truck.

At first it seemed a little pricey, but the breakfast made up for that. THE ROOM setup was great. We were impressed as soon as we walked in. Everyone is polite and helpful.The rooms , grounds are ALL kept clean. You are also just a short walk away from multiple restaurants and Main Street were a lot of the town's big events are held.

Great location to Southern Utah University and the Utah Shakespearean Festival. We also loved the convenient access to Cedar Breaks and Brian Head. Very convenient to stores and restaurants on and off of Main Street. Older hotel, but our two-room suite was very clean and spacious. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Good breakfast offerings. Different hot items each day. Loved the yogurt bar with toppings. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Cedar City.

Don't be put off by the age of this property - it is by no means "tired" - it is well-kept, clean and very comfortable. Everyone, from the desk to the kitchen staff, was pleasant, kind and over-the-top willing to help with even the smallest of issues/questions. The location is perfect - across the street from a grocery store - and an award-winning barbeque joint. And just down the street from a very dangerous store full of fabulous things to buy, one more irresistible than the last... And, of course, it's wicked close to the theatres of the Shakespeare festival and SUU. Don't hesitate to stay here for any reason.

Traveling East to NY with Jeep towing a boat. Front staff were wonderful, there was parking that accommodated my long footprint. I used the laundry room, front desk had the supplies and the coinage for the activity. The place is well off the I-80 and in town. Near a supermarket and other amenities that can walk to. Thank you.

We stayed at Best Western Town and Country on our trip home fro m Denver. We can highly recommend this Hotel! The Room was clean, no complaints there! Bed and Mattress comfortable. The free Breakfast was very good. Given the opportunity, we would stay at this Hotel again!

I was stuck in Cedar City for three days by bad weather. This Best Western made a dull stay much more bearable. This is an excellent hotel, far above the regular Best Western, which is typically a good hotel, in my experience. The people who work at the hotel are great. They went out of their way to be helpful. My room was lovely, sparkling clean, comfortable - and everything worked well, quietly, smoothly. The hotel is decorated nicely indoors and out. I am very impressed. There was even bacon for breakfast! And fresh fruit salad!

The grounds and room were very clean, (thank you Perla) the staff pleasant and the rooms were well appointed and very clean. We slept well in comfortable beds. Great breakfast, lots of choices. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a good clean room. The staff was very helpful. The room is priced at a reasonable rate. This motel is great for retired couples. Very Good location. We felt safe in our room. We stayed the third week of September.

Very pleasant stay. Able to park right in front of our room and enjoyed the outdoor sitting area also. Clean room, comfortable bed, TV worked fine and great breakfast. Would recommend to anyone. Close to everything we were there to do.

It was a very decent hotel. The breakfast was not my favorite, it actually has made me sick almost every time I come to this hotel (which is often). But I always come back because the location is very convenient and the workers are pretty nice for the most part, They are always accommodating.

Traveling from California to Salt Lake got to Town & Country Inn around 8:30 pm staff was very helpful finding us as room as this was a festival weekend. the room was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities

Arrived a little late and was greeted nicely. Ordered a pizza delivered to our room was great, being hungry and tired. Beds were OK. Room air worked great. Parking was tight and had to carry bagsa far distance.

I have had nothing but good experiences with the Best Westerns I have stayed at. When staying out of town I usually try to book with a Best Western because of their comfortable rooms and good breakfast spread. This Best Western was no different. I slept great on the bed. I ate a hot meal before I left in the morning. And I left feeling refreshed and ready for my day. Thank you!

We would stay there again either for one night traveling or more if attending events in the area. Although we didn't use it, the sheltered pool was nice. Breakfast was good. We walked around the block to get the kinks out after a long drive. Also it was convenient to get to the Visitor Center and back to the freeway.

We use to recommend BW's but no more. They have generally gone down hill. Breakfast was cold after 30 minutes it being open. Very disappointed for what costs over $100.00. I was finished but now I find I have to write 200 character minimum to tell you we were not happy with you.

Good to great service along with a great location. Room was clean comfortable and serviced by a wonderful maid who went above and beyond. Breakfast was varied and plentiful and s nicely looked over by a quite capable ladies.

Our car club, whose members are from all over the US, stayed here as the hub for our tour of Southwest Utah. The manager, Jacob Lyman was exceptional to work with throughout the entire process of booking a block of rooms. He was quick to answer emails, offer suggestions and help us finalize our hotel plans. All of the customer service was exceptional-- from the front desk to the breakfast room staff to the maids! This was a truly great place for a large group!

Usual hotel when I travel to this area, there are a few places walking distance. for dinner. The breakfast is always busy, but has the normal fare - plus fresh salsa available. Indoor pool is usually free.

Way to start a road trip vacation. Our first night on the road and an excellent place to rest. Clean, comfortable bed and quite. Made reservations on line as a rewards member it just key sense to stay at Best Westerns.

We stayed with our motorhome in the small RV park behind the hotel and it was very good. But really special is the garden with all kind of vegetables and herbs. The gardener is doing a wonderful job; you can pick whatever you want (tomatoes, eggplant, kale, lovely basil, beets and much,much more. In the evening you have a small dinner for free (pizza and all kinds of sausages and s'mores) by the fire pit in the garden.Real hospitality in this Best Western!

The hotel was clean and the room was satisfactory . The bathroom was really small though. We only encountered a problem the following morning when there was little water pressure and no hot water. Not a pleasant way to start the morning. I mentioned this to the front desk upon check out and they said they would look into it. Not helpful for me but maybe fornthe next guest. Breakfast was above average .

I can't say anything bad about the hotel. It was clean, the room was great but not worth almost two hundred dollars with no discount applied because there were only two rooms left. As a Best Western Rewards member it certainly did not make me feel like my regular business was appreciated.

Excellent overnight stay at the Town & Country Inn. Employees very helpful, breakfast excellent. Quiet and inviting.. Really enjoyed the outside entrance to our room. No elevator or stairs to worry about.

Tyger, the night audit guy was super friendly and helpful. He gave us a way later checkout than expected, which was a huge help for us since we got in so late. Breakfast was decent, too. Morning staff was just as friendly and helpful as Tyger.

This was our first stay at this hotel, but we will go back. We had a very comfortable king suite. Often with a king room you get a chair and perhaps a desk chair. If two decide to watch TV one has to sit on the bed. This room had a sofa, chair and a desk chair. The bed was in a separate room. Overall it was a very nice stay.

The Best Western Town & Country is an extremely well run facility with a highly competent staff. While the rooms are not designed to take advantage of the great scenery in the Cedar City area, they are spacious and comfortable.

The location is ideal, right in the old part of the city and just a few blocks from the Utah Shakespeare Festival. Breakfast is very nice and lots of cute restaurants nearby. It's a short trip to Cedar Breaks, which is beautiful.

Very nice room to sleep overnight. Very comfortable, sound sleep. The room was clean, a little outdated, but for the price and last minute booking, you really can't beat it. We weren't there for the ambiance - we were there to sleep after a full day on the road and a full day on the road ahead of us. Highly recommend!

We have been staying at this hotel for years and years, as it is within easy walking distance of the Shakespeare Festival. The breakfast is good and the service friendly. The only down side is that each room has a window facing the sidewalk, which allows the possibility of everyone walking past to glance into your room. The curtains help, though.

It was surprisingly a very good experience. It is also a reflection on Cedar City of how good the community is. Keep in mind not all hotels have free breakfast and this one was pretty good. I plan on staying again.

This was a pretty good hotel room. The girl at the desk was very friendly; easy to check in. A paper map showing where the room is would help us old folks. Hang the closet doors and clean out the p trap to the sink. Easy fix! Great breakfast. Thank you.

At first glance, I was surprised this was classified as a 3-star hotel. I am happy to report, however, that the room was very clean and comfortable and the location couldn't be beat! It's within walking distance of many of the things we needed and wanted to see. The hotel staff that we interacted with was friendly. The breakfast was good with many options and it was filling. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

This was a great hotel with a great price. We stayed here for a couple of nights on family road trip and used this as a base between various national parks which worked out well. It was also walking distance into town with cute shops and restaurants. Reasonable price, clean rooms, mini fridges to keep our hiking water cool and breakfast included with standard fare. Did not use the pool although looked a little small for laps but we wound up hiking and going out anyways for all of our days. Front desk staff was very friendly and personable.

Simply was the best ever and so supportive, i had checked so many hotels in over 4 cities and they were instrumental in supporting me during military PCS move from San Diego to Colorado, not too mention the great breakfast and walking distance to so many main-street venues the next day before i departed.

We got in late and the gentleman that checked us in was awake, alert and in a suit and tie. Very polite and professional. I don't see this type of curtesy and professionalism very often. I would definitely recommend this Best Western.

Nice place to stay in Cedar. Friendly staff, nice room, good breakfast served from 6 - 10 am. Good location on the corner of Main street and 200 North (Freeway entrance). Walking distance to SUU campus. Right next to Sizzler restaurant. Other eating places close by. Very close to grocery store, and city park.

These rooms are older though well maintained and clean. The hotel does not have an elevator. When I mentioned concern about having to carry my heavy bags upstairs myself - I was met with a blank stare. The room was next to Main Street and the noise was constant throughout the night. Breakfast was hot and above average.

We have been staying at this inn twice a year for many years to attend the Utah Shakespeare Festival. As usual, everything from check-in through room cleaning to check-out went smoothly. We like the fact that every year some improvement is made to the rooms or property to keep things in good shape.

The hotel staff was Friendly and helpful from check in to check out. The maids and kitchen staff went out of their way to make our stay great. The beds were comfortable for a great night's sleep. The full breakfast was delicious with scrambled eggs, sausage patties and fresh fruit.

We stayed for 5 nights while my daughters attended gymnastics camp at SUU. Maria Isabel in the breakfast area was so sweet and made homemade salsa to go with the breakfast burritos and eggs every morning, very tasty. Angelica kept our room clean everyday.

We had to stop for car repairs. This hotel was close to cedar city auto repair shop. It was also close to good food, a park, the public library, and the discovery museum. They were all within walking distance, which was nice with the kids as our car was being repaired. We also had fun in the hotel pool and the breakfast was also pretty good! Hey even had homemade pico de gallo and other salsas!!

Upon arrival your room was on the second floor with no elevator! When we hauled out luggage up the outside stairs in the 90 heat, we found our room the same temp. After turning the air on we discovered that the toilet would not work, we had been traveling all day so just went to sleep. Room finally cooled about the time we got up with the sun. And we stopped at the first rest stop to clean and relieve.

We got a great rate on this hotel through trip advisor. The staff was friendly at check in. I even deactivated my key and they were quick to take care of me. Our room was clean and my daughter enjoyed the pool.

Breakfast excellent; front desk friendly, competent, accommodative. Suggestions: tub seemed extra slippery; re-rough the bottom? Room door did not close well; I prefer door that closes completely by itself. Key cards had to be replaced twice. They were, cheerfully (and maybe a little too readily; I was not asked for ID either time).

This hotel has been awesome. All of the staff has been wonderful and very helpful. They greet you with a smile every time. The rooms were very cozy and had lots of space. Outstanding place to stay in downtown Cedar City, UT at a good price including an outstanding breakfast selection and hotel service. Room decor was excellent. No problems with wifi. Front desk gave me toothpaste and more shampoo per my request because I forgot to pack them. Outside decor was absolutely beautiful in a courtyard style. There are several nice places in Cedar City that we could stay at but we prefer the Town and Country. An added bonus is the great downtown location. We were in Cedar City for a Business Trip. We stayed at Best Western Town & Country Inn. The room was clean and comfortable. When we called the front desk to ask for extra towels and blankets they brought them up to us so fast and with a smile! We will be going back to Cedar City for several more Business meetings. We made last minute reservations and were able to find this great motel in Cedar City. The room was very nice and the breakfast was great. The motel is located in the center of town, with quick access to the freeway. There wasn't a lot of traffic, so we had a quiet night's rest.

The room was clean and soundproof which was great since it's actually at the corner of a busy intersection. When we first got there, we could hear some loud event going on across the street. While you heard it in the lobby, you couldn't in the room we were in which was really nice. Overall, it was a perfect place to stay for a quick night.

Hubby and I stayed here returning from a 50th Anniversary party. It was a rather last minute booking as we hadn't decided how far we would drive on the first leg of the return trip home. We got a great price for the room we stayed in, even though it was a holiday weekend. We were greeting warmly upon arrival, even though it was rather late and we were tired from the drive. The two front desk clerks greeting us warmly and quickly got us to our room, which was much appreciated. We enjoyed our room and breakfast the next morning. There were enough choices to make a great breakfast that kept us full enough while driving to extend to a very late lunch. We would stay here again and would like to explore Cedar City more in the future.

Fridge, microwave, and TV were unplugged. Booked a king but room was two queens. Hotel was fully booked so staff couldn't fix the error (seems yo be a common problem wih rooms booked tbrough this site) Breakfast was cold and limited. Seemed expensive for an average room but we booked late so room availability in the area was limited.

Very nice property located mid-way between Las Vegas and Salt Lake City. Great as a reasonably priced base for exploring southern Utah parks, The Valley of Fire in Northern Nevada and the petroglyphs at Parowan Gap. Cedar Breaks National Monument is worth taking a look at, too. This property, although a bit older, is clean, comfortable and convenient. The rooms have been updated and have comfortable beds. Staff is professional and friendly. Good, hot breakfast buffet is included in the price. A Sizzler Steakhouse is located on the property, with budget dining choices and fairly good food. Grounds are nicely kept, with interesting artwork. Recommended.

I appreciated how quiet the room was and how clean everything was. The pool area was spotless and very nice after lots of hiking. Breakfast was hot and had a variety of food. Eggs, Sausage, fruit, waffles, yogurt! We had a nice stay thank you :)

My best friend and I came down to Cedar City for a few days on a little girl's trip. It was the first time we'd gone on a trip without parents or a teacher or a tour guide, and we were both a little nervous even though we were definitely excited. When we got to the hotel everyone was extremely friendly. The room was super clean and super quiet, the breakfast was excellent, and the location was PERFECT! It's right on main street where they have good shopping and food options, and it shares a parking lot with a great Sizzler's. When we checked out of the hotel two nights later the service was, again, awesome. 10/10 would stay again.

Nice room, very clean. I slept well, right up until housekeeping woke me because they don't provide Do Not Disturb signs. There's no elevator, so if you're on the second floor you have to schlep your suitcase up the stairs. There is no plug by the coffee pot, so you'll have to move it to use it. Microwave, small fridge, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, Wifi are in every room. They have an indoor heated pool and spa. The sleep timer didn't work on the TV remote.

Great location with several good restaurants and shops in the area, all with in easy walking distance of this hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly! The hotel location easy to find and close to the I-15 interchanges.

The hotel is a good hotel for the price. The rooms are okay, but nothing special. The rooms are clean to the naked eye. The fitness center is minimal, but was available when I used it. There was no water in the pool when I visited, with no notification when booking that this would be the case. Breakfast is okay, but nothing special.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms are clean with simple decor. The pool was the highlight of the trip because we had younger children with us. Although the pool is inside, there are huge windows that surround the pool which adds to the experience while making the pool accessible year round. The breakfast hours were accommodating from 6:30a-10am on weekends. It included hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, waffles, pancakes, muffins, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee, and juice. The breakfast area was clean, and the staff made sure to keep the buffet stocked. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Not the best hotel we have stayed in, but certainly not the worst either. Room and bathroom were small and could use some updating - esp the bathroom. B-fast was fine. Desk people were very kind and friendly. Not our usual hotel when we are in the area, but it worked just fine.

The hotel is away from the freeway just off Main Street near old town Cedar City. Great location with an easy walk to Lin's and Starbucks. Rooms were updated and very clean. Fast wireless internet and modern flat panel TV's. Large fridge and microwave too.

I had a booking with them but due to the storm the thing that we wanted to see were closed. Asked them to cancel our stay so we could move on to Vegas and this was no problem at all, thank you so much we had a great day cause of this! From what I have seen, the parking lot is roomy, the lobby is nice and clean and staff is great. It might be a bit confusing as their are 2 best westerns right next to each other.

The hotel is well placed for restaurants we took a drive to rustys ranch and steakhouse which is in a beautiful location overlooking the mountains great food and worth the short drive. Ideal base for exploring the area as has much to offer all year round

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff seemed to be professional and even nice too. I was helped with my key when it gave me an issue. The location was good as I was waiting for a car repair to be done. Another story there.

The Inn was very nice with a great suite. Plus it was close to a restaurant as I didn't want to drive any more that day. The added bonus for me was the availability of Starbucks right across the street for the next morning's treat

We loved our stay. Wished we had the time for another day. Loved the king bed which was set apart in a separate room from the sitting room. Impressed with the cleanliness of the room and "real" breakfast the next morning (best tasting scrambled eggs I've ever had). Jade, the lady at the front desk, was incredibly kind and professional, and bent over backwards for us several times. For example, when my son was sick and needed to be moved to a different room due to noise, she was extremely helpful. Even when I was the one who made mistakes she was very kind to us.

We booked this Hotel on our travels because of the Best Western name. It is a very nice property and was well priced. The room was not overly big but sufficient and certainly up to Best Western standards. We are platinum members and were not asked if we would like an upgrade at check in.

Recently enjoyed a good nights sleep in Cedar City. Our bed was super comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean. I liked that the hotel is situated within walking distance of the Main Street in town. Be sure to check out the used Book Store nearby.

The Best Westen Town and Country is conveniently located in Cedar City. It has nice rooms with convenient parking. The pool and hot tub are in a seperate building and are a pleasant reprieve. The breakfast is second to none. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

If you are visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon NP, this is a great base. Zion is 1.5 hrs and Bryce is 2 hrs away, so Cedar City is in the middle. The staff here are excellent, from the front desk staff (Jade) to the housekeeping and breakfast area staff. If you need something, just ask and they will try to assist you. The rooms are very nicely appointed and comfortable as well as laid out. The pool is large enough to swim in with the spa at one end. All rooms are accessed via the covered walkway or stairs as there is no elevator. The breakfast room is large, with a great selection of items, which are changed daily, from breakfast burrito's to eggs and sausage or bacon. Coffee is available 24/7. Plenty of choices for meals in the area only minutes from the property. The property is away from the freeway and the cross streets are very quiet at night.

The hotel is well located, downtown. There are some restaurants within walking distance, as well as a supermarket. The hotel facilities are pretty nice. Everything was clean and functional, although I did experience some WiFi unreliability. The staffers were quite nice and helpful. Breakfast was probably a little better than average for this type of hotel. I got what I would consider a very good price for the room.

Close to several restaurants that you can walk to. Staff very helpful as to restaurants around area. Nice breakfast in morning. Pool facilities were clean. We were on the second floor so had to walk up stairs. Don't think there was an elevator.

Great beds very friendly service and great help. We did not try the pool bit it had a great look plants every where breakfast was good with lots of options in a big room for eating there. Right by a big park for kids

I have stayed at Best Westerns on many occasions. I was at this property for only night, however, I was well pleased with the entire situation. Front dest, with several differentdesk clerks. They were always helpful and courteous whenever we interected with them. Very professional. Rooms were well kept, clean and at a reasonable price. Before I left, i made a reservation for September when I will be attending a function in Cedar City with the Sons of Utah pioneers. Thanks again.

Very friendly staff. The room was large and clean. The bed was one of the best hotel beds I have ever slept on. The included breakfast was filled with choices and very well laid out. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The overall property was very clean overall. Exterior of property looks a bit dated but inside was very nice. Front deck staff were excellent. There was a pool but we did not it. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked

Not as fancy as the BW plus across the street but clean, comfy and adequate for a 1-2 night stay. Guest accessible coin washer/dryer on property, good breakfast & fun indoor pool. The loaner snow brush/ice scraper is a bonus. Easy access to university, museum & restaurants

This hotel is located for quick access from the freeway and it's location on Main Street, provides lots of interest options. We will certainly book this hotel again, while in the area and encourage friends and family to try out their hospitality.

We always stay at Best Western when we travel. Best Western offers the most consistency than other chains and is very family oriented. We had excellent customer service from all of the staff that we interacted with. The breakfast had many great options and was very clean. We stayed in a suite which was a great value for the price. We stay at this location every time we pass through Cedar City.

We were very impressed with the modern updated decor and comfortable bed. The hotel was so quiet, we had an amazing nights sleep. We were amazed with the breakfast, the best at any BW so far. This place is immaculate. We had no issues with our stay. You will not be disappointed with this hotel.

the staff was extremely helpful called right after arriving to make sure that everything was to my liking. The breakfast had a great variety, even my picky toddler was able to find something he could eat. The pool was excellent, the only downside was that you have to leave the pool and walk outside to your room, in the winter air.

The most important thing for me is quality of sleep. We were put in a room as far as possible from the busy road junction. There were a fair few people in the gotel, but it seemed as though the rooms either side were empty. If this is room allocation policy,,it is an excellent idea. The breakfast was plentiful, and, the scrambled eggs were really well cooked, which is rare. Housekeeping is poor. There was a tub of ice cream in the freezer of the fridge, and the clock was broken. We were left waiting for more than five minutes ar check in, as the receptionist was on the phone. This gives a really bad impression. You should be on the phone in the back office; the desk is to meet and greet. Having said that, when the receptionist was free, she was warm, welcoming and helpful.

the complimentary breakfast was excellent, Maria, the hostess was very nice, kept the food hot and fresh. also kept the dining area clean. Location was a factor in staying here. Room was clean, quiet.

Our stay in the Cedar City Best Western was delightful. The room was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast the next morning exceeded our expectations. If I return to Cedar City I will most definitely stay here. In the mean time, I recommend staying here to any traveler.

Best Best Western Hotel we have stayed at over the years Pool, fitness room and all hallways and rooms were sparkling Staff were friendly and very efficient from the front desk to the breakfast staff. Would definitely stay there again.

I was surprised how great this hotel, we usually stay at Best Western Plus but because of $50 difference we decided to stay in this property and it is only for a night. It is a small and tight room but bedding is comfortable and breakfast is excellent. No complain.

We've looked at this location before, despite that its within 90 miles of our destination, just for a one-night get-away, but haven't stayed before. When we saw reduced winter rate, we couldn't resist and we LOVED the large room with the bit jacuzzi tub. Lots of room, comfortable furniture, clean, good loation, WONDERFUL free breakfast! We will absolutely stay here again!

Our vehicle was being repaired, and the staff helped by shuttling me to car rental drop off and the repair shop. They allowed us to stay in the very comfortable lobby until the we picked our vehicle up.

A wonderful place if you want a really good night's sleep. One of the best beds I've slept on in a hotel. From the bed to the bedding and pillows this was an A+ and the continental breakfast was great also. Just can't say enough good things about this place.

It was a nice, clean hotel, great price for a suite, and friendly staff. Most importantly is that it was clean, and no bedbugs ;) They made crab out of towels and that was extra cute and made my night.

We pass through Cedar City often and this is the first time we stayed at this hotel. We found it to be an exceptional accomodati of and the staff very friendly and professional. The breakfast was exceptional and Angeles made sure we were sastified with the selection and service. We definitely plan on staying at this hotel the next time we stop in Cedar City.

Traveled from Orange County to Brianhead and stopped here for the night. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Staff is really friendly and it is conveniently located next to Lin's market where we picked up all of our necessities for our stay up the mountain.

This was a clean, proper room. But we could hear every single foot step outside. I would absolutely stay there again and would recommend to a friend. Location was great, staff was friendly and super helpful.

The hotel is about a mile off the 15 freeway. Close to restaurants and gas stations. 45 minutes to Brian Head Ski Resort. 1.5 hours to Zion National Park. The breakfast is well stocked and good variety. Rooms are clean and welcoming. Beds are comfortable. Flat screen TV. Free Wifi. The lobby is nice. Nice fitness center.

Last minute choice but wonderful surprise. Great location within walking distance of coffee shops and Main Street. Christmas lights a cute bonus. Room was spotless, large, and a real value; staff was excellent.

Not sure what I can say about this place that hasn't already been said in other reviews. They're all true! The place is clean, the beds are comfy, the rooms are nice, the breakfast is yummy, the staff is friendly, the location is great and all at a bugget-friendly price. You can't beat that! We were very happy with our stay here and will choose this hotel again next time we're in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and nicely appointed and the beds were comfortable. The hotel offers lots of extras (in addition to the free breakfast) such as dinner-time snacks, cookies, s'mores at the outdoor fire pit in the evening, and a "grab and go" food bag if you need to get going quickly. We did not use the rest of the hotel facilities, but they all looked good.

The pillows and bed are very comfortable and awesome. It was a great nights sleep. The room was also very clean and nice with everything we needed easily accessible. It was a great stay at Best Western and will probably stay there again.

I stopped here to split up my long drive. I wasn't sure about the safety of the location having my car loaded with stuff, but the staff reassured me the security is always on the lookout (and my stuff was safe in the end). There is free breakfast which was nice and overall was a good stay for one night. Thanks!

The staff at this hotel are incredible! Particularly Jade who looked after us when we checked in, she made sure we were comfortable, brought extra blankets for our daughter and was pleasant and lovely. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The only criticism I could give would be that they need to plough their parking lot.

Front desk fella was very friendly and polite. He was helpful and professional at the same time. We end up with two rooms right next to each other which was convenient to the whole family. Rooms was alright and breakfast was good.

Clean, very competitive pricing, quiet. Great breakfast. Conveniently located, nearly in the center of the town. Cedar City is a lovely town, and Best Western Town and Country is an asset. Good eating nearby.

Our favorite place to stay in Cedar City! Main street was so nicely decorated for the holidays. Fun to drive up & down in the evening when tree & lights were lit up. Very convevient to have grocery store across the street as well as several choices of restaurants within walking distance. Great antique shop across the street as well as cute shops up main street. Great coffee cafe too!
