"Tired but pleasant hotel."
J_NKent, 14 Novembre 2023

A nice, pleasant but tired hotel. Very friendly staff, decent breakfast, fast WiFi but the rooms and hotel in general are dated and in need of a refresh. Manhattn's in the rooms are IKEA furniture. The TV is attached to the wall so I couldn't use my FireStick :( Breakfast is good, plenty of choice.

"Oké during wintertime I guess"
Businessabroadnavy, 30 Juin 2023

I was staying at the hotel due to a business visit. It was in the mid of summer and temperatures were in the 30's. The room has no airconditioning and was incredibly hot. The windows could open but were on a busy street with a lot of traffic noise. The bathroom had mold on the walls. If you do a cost analysis I would have to say that this hotel is highly overpriced .

"Nice Hotel"
Grifomoro, 02 Juin 2023

NICE HOTEL BRUSSELS NICE hotel! Staff is helpful! Room is a little bit small however there's all you need, Tv, blinds! Breakfast is decent however a little bit priced, 18 €! The hotel location is a must basically you can walk everywhere! It's worth a shot!

"Perfect"
ykemalgenc, 17 Octobre 2021

Staff is great. Building is wonderful. There was no breakfast this time but it was because of the COVID they closed the restaurant. The location of the hotel is in a good place in Brussels.I reccommend this hotel for everyone.

"Does the job"
Pritesh M, 27 Février 2020

I have chosen this hotel several times due to business availability and convenience to the office. It's expensive for what you get, and it is in dear need of modernasation. The sockets can not be easily reached for lap tops and chargers, and my room (on the eight floor) is dimly lit. Also the lift is a bit dodgy!! But due to convenience and locality this is a first choice. Breakfast had to be paid for, and at Euro 18 it is definitely not value for money. However, there is no other choice and so had to be paid. View of the garden is pleasant from the breakfast area (it was snowing). As a business trip, it is fine, but wouldn't bring the family! PS. Reception staff are very freindly and professional.

"Tranquilty in the middle of Brussels"
andersostergren, 29 Novembre 2019

Park Hotel is an extraordinary nice experience in Brussels where Hospitality meets exclusivity in an affordable way. The Rooms are at a high standard and so is cleaning and the Wifi worked really well.

"Pleasant and comfortable stay"
lmsk2014, 18 Novembre 2019

The hotel is well located close to a metro station - and it's also an okay walking distance from the Schumann (you can opt to walk through the park which is quite nice). The single room was of an okay size, the bed was comfortable - and since the hotel is on a quiet side street, it was very peaceful. The only minus is the service, which wasn't particularly attentive nor friendly.

"Comfortable and quiet"
419wilhelms, 09 Juin 2019

This is a good and comfortable hotel that is well situated and remarkably quiet. I have been there the second time, the first time with a room on one of the upper floors to the front, with a view to a park, and the second time with a room on the 8th floor to the back, where one looks down to a quiet green court yard. The rooms are simple and small but functional (I was only missing some extra plugs for charging mobile phone, laptop etc; instead one has to unplug lamps or the kettle), the breakfast ist very good, though not top quality, in a nice room with a view to the garden. Service is friendly and efficient. And the price is reasonable.

"Sauna at the hotel"
LenH603, 23 Février 2019

The things i appreciate about the hotel: Wonderful comfy bed with lots of pillows Enough electrical sockets, but not well placed Very clean room and bathroom Every facility work well Room plan ok, also the interior WiFi well working, except on the sauna floor, not able to listen to music. Minibar Complementary water Reception staff efficient and friendly Breakfast was ok, a big plus for the orange press. Sauna, good size and heat Things to improve No toilet brush in room Electrical sockets not well placed No ceiling lap, only a contact Soap dispenser in the bathroom placed too far from the sink. I had to use my own soap. Sauna Sauna door didn't stay closed No hangers outside the sauna No stool outside sauna for relaxing between sauna sessions Very small stone magazine Not sufficient ventilation in sauna

"Good"
khaingnyein, 15 Février 2019

Comfortable hotel, good room , nice beds, not noisy , and good location, nice breakfast but there was not provided in the room. Staff were helpful and friendly, ready to offer tips and maps. I enjoyed the spread at breakfast.

"Overnight Stay on the way to Amsterdam"
Explorer65746344188, 21 Décembre 2018

Even though we were only staying one night, all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location afforded us the chance to enjoy the Christmas Market at the Grand Place during our one night stay. We will stay here again.

"Email them to check they booked you right"
Vladimir T, 03 Décembre 2018

We are all humans and can make mistakes. But a good service provider should take responsibility for those. When I arrived to Park Hotel closer to midnight after a huge delay on Eurostar, I found out there was no room waiting for me. In fact, there was one, but booked for the following night. Receptionist took his time to check all entries, though my surname was obviously there on the wrong date. He was spreading his hands and I had to prove it was not my mistake. The hotel had no rooms available and they were offering me to upgrade "my" room the night after, though I came to the city for one day only. It is even funnier because a person behind whom I was queuing to be attended by the receptionist, ALSO found out there was no booking for his name, even though he used a different method of reservation. We were both sent to a different hotel, double the price and in a very different location, which was the key reason for me to choosing this accommodation. The next morning I had to go all the way back to claim my "compensation" which ended up being the difference in the hotel rates and price of the taxis. So basically no compensation at all. I was offered once again an upgrade to the room I was not planning to stay in and suggested to complain about reservations manager Mrs Latifa Benhmad. As if it will make my life any easier. Ridiculous service. Avoid at all cost.

"Dangerous, dishonest and possibly criminal"
Olivier L, 05 Novembre 2018

My wife and I stayed at the hotel on the weekend of the 22nd and 23rd of September as we were attending my godson christening in the neighbourhood. The check in went fine and we got to our room ok. The furniture is a bit dated, we have twin beds instead of the double bed that was confirmed and I notice a few things that are telling me that the room hasn't been properly inspected by Housekeeping (a bit of plastic next to the phone, a shoe shine box on the floor instead of in the wardrobe with the other one already there). I've been working in hospitality for 20 years so I didn't think it was worth complaining about it and ask to change rooms as it was only for 2 nights. Boy, was I wrong! The next morning, I'm in the bathroom brushing my teeth, when I hear my wife shouting from the room. I run to her and see her passed out on the floor. After a tense moment of not knowing what happened, she recovers enough to tell me that she got electrocuted while trying to turn on the lamp on the desk. I carefully check the lamp and see that there is no switch but the cables are completely bare and that's how she got electrocuted. We had to leave after my wife felt better as we had to go to my godson's christening but my wife had her day completely ruined, spending it in a daze as she was in pain for the rest of the day. When we came back to the hotel, we spoke to the manager on duty who advised us that they couldn't do anything until we went to the hospital. I offered to fill in an incident report, which was declined. I offered to write a statement for the hotel manager, which was also declined. I told the Duty Manager that we would go to the hospital in our country as we do not have to pay for it and therefore didn't expect the hotel to pay for the hospital bill. The Duty Manager then told us that we wouldn't have to pay for the first night of our stay which we accepted. After a few days, my wife still not feeling well, she went to see a doctor who confirmed that she was very lucky to be alive and who agreed to follow her health status. In the meantime, we wrote an email to the hotel asking them for a refund for the second night as we felt that overall, we shouldn't have to pay anything for our stay. To add insult to the injury, it took the hotel 3 weeks to reply to let us know that as far as they were concerned, the matter was closed and basically, they were not interested in hearing about us. You would think that after that, this would be the end of their blunder but, no. It turns out that they lost our credit card details, given at check in so they charged another member of my family for our stay. When my brother queried the charge, he was told pretty bluntly, that they didn't have any other details so just charged his card instead. So overall, not only did they fail to offer us a safe stay in the hotel but they showed completely disregard for basic duty of care for their guests and a complete disregard for the legality of GDPR which is a new EU requirement for all hotels to destroy all sensitive information (credit card details being the most sensitive details under the new law). Not only did they keep my brother's card details illegally but they charged him for something that he never purchased and are refusing to refund him. So in summary, this hotel operates illegally with only contempt for their guests once they get their money. After 20 years working in the business, this is the worst experience I have ever witnessed and it makes me ashamed that they would consider me a colleague of their dodgy scams.

"Very pleasant return stay"
Peter S, 03 Novembre 2018

Found the BW Plus Park very satisfactory on a return stay. The hotel is located in an older elegant building that provides charm when compared to modern standard hotel architecture. Discovered this time that there is a large lawn back of the hotel that provides a nice refuge and escape from the city when the weather permits. Also, convenient inexpensive access from the airport via Bus 12 to the Schuman metro station, then one stop to the Merode metro station and a short walk to the hotel.

"Old, tired and seen better days"
Jonathan H, 07 Septembre 2018

This hotel looks interesting from the street given that it is not modern and looks stylish. On entry you quickly realise that this hotel has seen better days. It has a small seating area and a very tiny bar area where you can obtain a drink. Check-in was really, really slow despite having booked in advance. After check-in, you have to take a very small and grubby lift to your floor. You can use the fire escape but this route is littered with old fans, ladders and other miscellaneous items of equipment. I asked for a single room and my experience over the last 10 years is to get single occupancy of a double room. Well not here! I was given a room with a single bed. There was a TV and table etc, but no air conditioning. The bathroom was alright but the bath towel was rather small. Breakfast was the best bit. Freshly squeezed orange juice smoked salmon and normal breakfast fare. This was an expensive hotel which was certainly overpriced and not very nice. I stayed one night. I would not have stayed longer and will not be returning.

"Great location "
U9499ZAmartinb, 04 Septembre 2018

Good sized room that lead out onto gardens which was really nice. 3 minutes walk to metro for central Brussels Park opposite hotel was added bonus for a nice walk Short walk to local bars Pleasant staff

"Balcony overlooking the park"
Bryan S, 21 Août 2018

The Park Hotel certainly boasts nice access to a beautiful park. An older property, our room was comfortably large and had a balcony and kettle. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice, complete with an orange juicer. Street parking is readily available and free from 6pm to 9am. I do like the character of the classical building. The downside, in August, is lack of air conditioning. This wasn't a problem with the balcony doors open through the night, the room was cool. This requires a compromise with street noise. Plenty of restaurants, shops and metro stop within an easy walk. The park is also home to auto and military museum housed in grand buildings. The Grand Place is 3km, or 2 metro stops from this location. Less modern than other Best Westerns I've visited in Europe, this is still a fine hotel and I'd use it again.

"Old fashioned hotel"
TripleDutch, 15 Juin 2018

The reason for booking this hotel was the promity to the location where I needed to be, otherwise there is no real reason to stay at this hotel. Finding a parking spot upon arrival was difficult as the hotel itself has only a limited number of parking spaces. Check-in went smooth and fast. The room itself was a little bit outdated and hot because there was no airconditioning (7th floor). The bathroom was clean but old. Breakfast was ok-ish, especially for the rate I paid. Overall: the experience was at best average and I will look for other hotels in the area in the future.

"Cosy hotel in a nice mansion"
Marcel H, 09 Juin 2018

For me this hotel is a true discovery. This hotel is not that big and located in an old mansion dating from 1903 which gives it just that extra edge which you don't find in the big modern chain hotels. The location is great near the Cinquantenaire Park and the EU area, with nice restaurants and the metro stop just around the corner. Breakfast is good and fresh. At the back is a big quiet garden where you can relax or have breakfast. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. I am a regular traveller to Brussels but had never yet stayed in this hotel - but I will definitely come back.

"A hotel unlike a hotel"
Saiful M, 20 Février 2018

I had a week's stay at this hotel, from my hotel stay experiences in many countries, this has been quite a pleasant one. This is a hotel unlike other hotels in Brussels. Great staffs like Karim in the reception, the tall lady in the breakfast room (Did not know her name) weer very helpful and friendly. The Reservations & Sales Manager is an angel, she made my stay 'at home'. When you hire a taxi or for easily reaching to this very hotel, don't forget to add that the hotel is near the park, next to the military academy.

"A dreary time warped establishment"
Bibi491, 02 Janvier 2018

First of all I was meet with a chilly reception. Only after I had paid I was booked into room that was not what I paid for and it was filthy. Even down to rings in the bath and a disposable dirty plastic cup rewrapped for usage, dingy towels and hair everywhere to mention a few, their was too much wrong to mention. Also an additional 7 Euro charge for room service and for a British-American restaurant,no ala carte dinner menu and only Italian menu or Sushi available. A vey tiny safe and everything was just old and outdated and dirty.

"I am very happy"
raphalable, 29 Décembre 2017

Good hotel, excellent service. Close to Merode metro station and Cinquantenaire/Jubelpark. 200 meters to Carrefour, 350 meters to night shop (open to 2 am) and snack/kebab (open to 1 am). Very clean room, comfortable bed.

"Best Western Park Hotel Brussel: Angenehm und ruhig!"
Johannes R, 09 Novembre 2017

The BW Park Hotel offers a central and quiet location in Brussel. Rooms are properly equipped, clean and quiet. The hotel can easily be reached by metro. Breakfast is standard continental and good. Service during breakfast and check in/out was fast and competent.

"Big rooms, poor room service"
Caroline P, 06 Octobre 2017

Stayed at this hotel for business near AutoWorld. I liked the reception and the welcome was friendly. I prefer small hotels with personal style and thought this was good. The room when I got in was enormous which is nice when you are away for a week. The breakfast was ok, typical European style, not great for vegetarians or those that don't want to eat piles of bread, but ok. The hotel is walking distance to at least 10 restaurants which was lucky since the hotel didn't do room service despite me placing an order. About 10 minutes later I got a call saying the kitchen had decided to close! I therefore had to change my working in my room plans and hastily go out to get something. That was the disappointing part of the stay, especially as Brussels has many hotel options.

"Avoid the 7th floor!"
Pritesh M, 09 Septembre 2017

Having been on a business trip several times, the Best Western has been a good choice for me. Close to the meeting venue, comfy and clean. This experience was no different, except the room I had (on the 7th floor) had no air conditioning. Typically, it was a hot evening so difficult to rest. However, other than that, it had most amenities as required, tea and coffee, bed, bathroom, TV and Wi-Fi. Only inconvenience, is no easy access to plug sockets (had to move furniture around - to make sure phone charged!). There is no restaurant on site, but there are several restaurant walking distance from the hotel. There is also a Grand Park opposite, so if time you can go for a run! (NB. The park does have parrots also!). Back to the hotel; the breakfast is good as well, and a good choice is available. I can not comment on the price, as this is paid by the company, so you would need to review separately. I've booked my next business trip there already!

"Excellent location"
theodors235, 05 Septembre 2017

Excellent hotel nice staff except parking on arrival problem but overcome with weekend parking free of charge. Pricewise perfect. Nothing to add. ok nothing to add. nothing to add. Bye bye.Till next time. Au revoir.

"Great location but..."
Socrates2407, 03 Juillet 2017

Great location next to European institutions and Cinquantenaire Park. The hotel has a great potential. Nice but small rooms in old style. The rooms at the rear, really calm but smells of cigarettes even if it was an non-smoking rooms. The back gardien is really big and well kept nice place for tea or coffre in the evening. I did not have breakfast I rather pay 25€ for the parking which is right in front of the entrance instead of breakfast with so many nice cafes arround the corner.

"Very average, I expected far better from a Best Western."
Brownie1997, 22 Juin 2017

The best thing I have to say about the hotel is the staff were helpful and friendly. None of the rooms have air con as apparently the hotel is listed and they are not allowed to install it. I stayed during hot weather and the temperature in the rooms was unbearable. The room was clean but tired. The mattress was like a marshmallow. Also I am coeliac and they couldn't even provide me breakfast.... shocking! This is not what you'd expect from a 4 star hotel. I won't be staying again.

"Reasonably well located, clean and spacious"
Stephen H, 30 Avril 2017

About 20 minutes and 20 euro by taxi from the Eurostar terminal. Clean and welcoming reception. English spoken. Our bedroom was large, clean and comfortable. Well appointed and no problems whatsoever. The breakfast was included and was very acceptable, good choices on a self service buffet basis. Typical continental breakfast but also bacon and scrambled egg available. No restaurant, but there are quite a few only minutes walk away. Opposite a delightful park that also houses the excellent automotive and military museums which are well worth a visit. Price is not cheap for a 3 star hotel but it is Brussels and nowhere is cheap. Would recommend the hotel if visiting Brussels for a short holiday

"Just okay"
gercw, 18 Avril 2017

The room was small and the bed as well. The company I work for paid a lot for the night and therefore I would have expected more. Next time I will definitely try another hotel. The only very positive thing is its location.

"Location good and convenient. Shower let down. "
Craig Y, 16 Avril 2017

The room was on sale, big, and overlooked the garden which was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Everything else was nice. Though the hotel does not really offer parking, Parking in the area was very easy. Note that a parking ticket is the same price as the hotel charges for their 3 spaces, but I parked right in front and the "meters" work fine and are much cheaper. The only big let down was the shower. Major fault was the finishing - the plates that hide the plumbing behind the shower were not on (and there is no way to put them on - bad installation). The tub was very slippery so they really need to offer a mat. There is nothing to hang onto and it was difficult to keep balance in the narrow slipper tub. The shower partition wasn't a tight enough fit so water went everywhere in the bathroom. Finally, this newer trend of squeeze bottle shower gel/shampoo is awful and feels cheap, cheap, cheap. Everything else was there, so it is a pity. Give us real soap please (I'm allergic to detergent and hate the feel of gel on my skin). Luckily I brought my own soap from other hotels that I've accumulated. Water temp was fine. Breakfast was good if nothing special (the usual buffet with eggs, bacon, croissant, cereal, etc.). I would stay here again at the discount price, but not at the full price advertised, unless they fixed the faulty shower situation.

"Good location, but as for the rest ..."
Mhalle, 06 Mars 2017

My wife and I stayed here over a weekend. The hotel is in a lovely location, and near a subway stop, but it has very little character. The room had only a very few electric sockets and to use even one of them we had to unplug a light or the television. And this in the 21st century! It could be solved with a simple power strip. The key card demagnitizes if there is a cell phone in the same city, meaning endless trips to the lobby to have the key reconfigured. And, frankly, 15 euros for breakfast is a bad deal.

"Nothing more..."
davide_pallotta1, 25 Janvier 2017

I have been there for work. The front office guy was not so friendly when arrived... The room was clean but really "ancient". The bed was ancient as well and not so comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient in a nice room with nice waitress.

"Central location - and that's about it..."
JohanF8240, 15 Décembre 2016

This is a pretty standard best western hotel: usual amenities, usual interiors, usual experience. The bed is too short if you are over at 1,90m, breakfast is uneventful, and the hotel is just a place to crash, nothing more. The best thing about the hotel is its location, which is pretty sensual, and with the good access to a central metro station.

"Very nice hotel"
Shivam A, 21 Octobre 2016

Stayed in this hotel for a night. Decent hotel with spacious, neat, clean rooms and good services. Though there is no dining facility in Hotel, you can call reception and place an order. They are happy to manage it for you and serve food in your room. There is a breakfast available in morning with avg. options.

"Noisy and not clean enough"
mathiashellman, 02 Octobre 2016

I spent two nights at this hotel as it is very close to our office and the metro. The hotel seems close to empty and I got a large room towards the street and the park. The room was spacious but the large windows isolated sound from the street poorly. The cleanliness and function of the room was insufficient. I found a chewed gum behind one of the chairs. Finding the right temperature in the shower was impossible. The room had too few lights. The breakfast was ok, but now great and costed €25 which i think was a too high price. The breakfast staff had a very laid back style, hanging out in the kitchen playing music instead of attending the few guests having breakfast. I will not go back, even if the location is super.

"Great location"
STEPHEN M, 25 Septembre 2016

I booked this hotel last minute after turning up at my reserved hotel which was vile!!!! It was named the Amstel or something so I would avoid it. I checked in and left within 5 mins. So I ended up at the best western. It was walking distance into the town centre and main square. It was close to the metro and had great amenities. I would recommend it, also the single rooms on the top floor have balconies that are massive.

"Decent business hotel "
Greennotcabbage, 31 Août 2016

Have stayed here several times on business trips. Perfectly fine hotel but a little soulness. Pleasant staff. Rooms are comfortable and of a decent size, though due to the lack of air conditioning my room was stifling hot this visit.

"A perfect way to spend a few days in Brussels"
thomasgA5416FE, 27 Avril 2016

This hotel is very well placed in the city, a beautiful building and i was lucky to get a very nice room with view towards the park. Very good quality overal. very professional and nice personel. Very clean of course! and I had a very nice stay at the hotel.

"VERY MUCH SATISFIED"
Babis R, 22 Avril 2016

In general, my stay was close to perfect. Especially the staff was very helpful. I was very much satisfied by the care/ interest they showed. The room was spacious and comfortable. Best value for money for sure.

"Very nice room, polite staff. "
John R, 29 Mars 2016

This was a nice little hotel on the outskirts of the city centre. We had a nice walk into the city, past the European Parliament buildings, it takes little more than half an hour. Also, we got an uber back to the hotel which only cost €9! The staff were very nice and helpful and were willing to accommodate anything we asked. The only negative really was that breakfast was pretty expensive, €15 each (I know Brussels is expensive anyway), so we decided to eat breakfast elsewhere. As we went on Easter weekend, we were able to park right outside for free, but I cannot speak for parking the rest of the year. Would recommend if you are driving into Brussels.

"Huge rooms"
Valbca, 05 Janvier 2016

When we booked our rooms we had no idea what we would arrive to with "Executive Suites". These rooms were huge with a sitting area but only enough sleeping area for two. We could have parked our rental van in it if we could have someone brought it inside. There was no parking lot at the hotel so we had to rely on street parking. Next to a large central park, this was a bit of a trick on the weekend. The breakfast was good but the eating room looked out to an unkempt garden area. We were there in a heat wave and the rooms did not have air conditioning, probably not a usual problem for them to have need of it.

"Nice Location"
wdc3293, 23 Novembre 2015

I stayed four nights in September for business. The hotel is well located next to a park and auto and military museums. With cafes and metro stops within easy walking distance. There are also several grocery stores close by. I found the staff very helpful, polite and professional. The room was quiet with a great garden view but as some others have noted no air conditioning that I noticed. The bed was small and the mattress was old and needed to be replaced and the room had been smoke in. The room also lacked sufficient number of outlets for the computer, IPad, and phone I take along on trips. The standard breakfast selections were pretty good but if I had to pay probably would have eaten somewhere else to save money. Overall enjoyed the stay, would I stay there again, yes, but with no air-conditioning not in the warmer months.

"4 star without air conditioning?"
wideworldtravel, 08 Octobre 2015

I don't believe I've ever stayed at a supposed 4 star hotel without air conditioning. Unbelievable. I cannot imagine what my room would have been like in mid-August as my stay was in early October. The hotel is rather costly and, as one person, I requested a complimentary breakfast due to lack of a/c and being a solo traveler spending approx. $250USA/night but was quickly rejected by the manager who told me I could have breakfast at the outrageous price of 25 Euro! Poor customer service, to be sure, and this to a regular Best Western platinum member. On a positive note, the young man, Krys, as clerk at night was extremely customer friendly advising on how to reach the airport bus and helping with a broken suitcase lock. This is one BW I will never spend my $$ at again, Krys's service aside.

"Well-located, spacious rooms, helpful staff"
jpenn949, 30 Septembre 2015

Stayed for two nights on business, and was quite pleased. The hotel is comfortable -- not luxurious -- and rooms are spacious but simple. The hotel is quiet, and has nice garden views in the back. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and a large park perfect for a morning walk/run. European Commission buildings are a 15-minute walk. Good value for money. Helpful staff made a 5AM check-out fast and easy.

"Coveneiently located hotel"
smallman01, 23 Septembre 2015

Rooms with high ceilings and good bathrooms in a 1902 mansion of fading (but still impressive) grandure. Friendly and efficient check in. Breakfast a tad expensive at 14 Euro/head. We opted for a perfectly acceptable coffee and croissant in café at nearby Merode metro station for 2.90 Euros. Hotel situated opposite a park and close to the European Union district. Two warnings: we are non smokers and were allocated a room where a previous guest had smoked, if an issue for you ask the right questions when you check in, and b) lock your door at night. We got our room number wrong but our standard card key opened the door of another room! 79.55 Euro a night including tax

"Great rooms in a beatiful hotel not far from everything"
BibiVillareal, 22 Septembre 2015

Stayed for our 15 years anniversary. this hotel was the highlight of our stay. our room was big and comfortable with view of the garden. our boys rooms was smaller but so comfy too. The reception staff was great specially Christian. Breakfast was amazing in quality and the choices were really good for a continental breakfast.

"Old building and a bit shaggy - but still much cosier and nicer than many other hotels in Brussels"
Pijoalda, 17 Septembre 2015

What was good: - The location close to Merode metro, a big park, small food stores open 24/7, restaurants etc. - Garden side rooms face a big nice green garden and you can open the windows to get the fresh breeze into your room - in middle of Brussels (!). - Even single room is pretty spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the bath is quite big for one person. - Nice breakfast room also facing the garden. All in all a nice cosy and relaxing atmosphere. Negative: Some small upgrading/renovations/painting could be done to make it even better. That's all. I'll definitely go to this hotel next time again.
