Best Western Branson Inn and Conference Center

We were warmly welcomed. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. I recommend that wreaks the little symbols for the amenities offered very carefully. I did not, and was therefore surprised and disappointed that breakfast was not included or offered at the facility.

If you like train whistle sounds you will love this hotel. The hotel is a short (walking) distance to Silver Dollar City and if your on that side of the hotel you will hear the whistles quite often. This hotel is well built but in my opionion is in need of some immediate maintenance and upgrading. I stayed in a balcony room on the third floor in the back part of the hotel. The area around the elavator had many tiles coming up as well as a few tiles on the back entrance of the hotel. I thought the carpet looked old and dirty but my wife told me it was just the style and I was being nit picky. Maybe but the first apperance is everything to me for a hotel. The water preasure I thought was a little low but was adequate. I was disappointed with the breakfast. I chose this hotel because of the breakfast reviews. There is a new tenant for the restaraunt and they are still trying to figure things out. The hotel shut down for the winter and was only opened for two days before we got there. The only option for breakfast was the buffet for $12.99 and this does come with a drink. They seemed to have a sliding pay scale though. I gave the gentleman $30 on both days. The first day I received $2.11 and the next day I received only $1.80 back. The next two days we ate elswhere. The breakfast was ok and reasonable price but not what i expected. All in all we were pleased with the staff and had a good experience.

The staff when I came in wasn't friendly, still hair in the shower but the guy the next day was nice! Was told when I checked in I couldn't eat the breakfast the next morning because my room rate didn't include it!

The hotel is in a great location. Easy to get to west Branson to go to Walmart or get cheaper food. Next to silver city and an easy drive to get to Branson. Really nice grassy area to walk dogs around or hang out.

Like being out Branson west. The place has always been clean. Great place for dogs. They are remodeling the rooms so looking forward to seeing them next time. Pool & hot tub was not working, that was a bummer. Beds were comfortable.

We stayed at this particular Best Western because it was pet friendly. Our room was ready upon arrival which was good. I could tell it was an older hotel because we stay at Best Western Hotels a lot. I was a bit skeptical but the front desk staff were extremely helpful and very kind. Our room was clean as was the bathroom which is what I always look at first ! We did not use the indoor swimming pool but it looked nice and well maintained. Also, we did not eat breakfast so I cannot comment on that. I will stay here again due to it being pet friendly.

Staff are super friendly and rooms/property is clean and fresh. The cost is great with a wonderful breakfast option. This is our hotel of choice when visiting Silver Dollar City as it it close and avoids the traffic jams getting to/from the park. Enjoy the pool or hot tub afterwards to relax.

I found the hotel to be clean, check in was easy, pool was very good, breakfast was great. I traveled with my Son, Daughter and Grandson. We all enjoyed the stay. The breakfast food was cooked and eggs were not wet or cold, sauage was cooked and hot. My grandson liked the pancake machine. The pancake had a good taste and was fast. Only fault for me was the beds were not as soft as I like.

Nice dependable hotel. Everything is as it is supposed to be. Room was clean and all the things in the room worked. Close to Silver Dollar City (1 mi) and easy to make it there as it avoids the majority of traffic from Branson.

Most uncomfortable beds, unnecessary hassle with the reservation, charged my card early and for an extra 200 bucks, shut our key cards off unexpectedly, called me everyday to verify things we had already discussed, just difficult for no good reason

They need to replace the mattresses and not allow barking dogs, other problem was very low toilett pressure, Took a very long time to flush and it would run for over 5 minutes before it would refill again.

Quality has gone way down. The beds are like sleeping on the floor. Game room quality is poor, pool area is poor quality. Broken ac in room during a 100° day. Took hous for us to figure it out and then another 45 minutes fo it to fixed

The staff was very friendly and helpful room was clean overall was a great experience I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay close to silver dollar city easy access and great people

Great hotel staff. Room was comfortable and clean. Closest place to Silver Dollar City with easy park access. Breakfast is fair but not great. Bed was very comfortable. Large rooms with nice bathrooms.

We booked this hotel specifically for the balcony room...we did not get that. We had reserved for 3 nights but checked out after 1...we felt like we were in a dungeon on the bottom floor. VERY dated room but clean and somewhat comfortable. It does have a HUGE pool room/area which would be good for kids probably but it was like a sauna with no air and the water was not refreshing...kids would probably love it though. Breakfast wasn't bad but also nothing to write home about...Staff were friendly. We would not book this hotel again but mainly because it doesn't work for what we want when we go to Branson.

If you happen to need help an a handicap walkway, ask for rooms 228 and 230. Even though the numbers appear to be on the second floor- these numbers are closer to the front desk, very easy and less walking to get to your room...... The prices for stay is the same as others'- prices are different between weekdays and weekends. Our stay was Sept. 2-4, Sat & Sun, & left on Mon. Cost with taxes included... $361.22. Based on downtown hotel prices, this location fit our budget.

I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a clean & comfortable stay!! After looking at hundreds of options in Branson we booked at last minute for Labor Day weekend and could not have been any happier with our stay at Best Western Branson West!! Our room was so clean & smelled so fresh upon arrival. Great beds & fluffy pillows made for a great nights sleep after a long drive! Perfect location to stay out of the crazy traffic in Branson but still close enough to access all of the fun!! Will definitely stay again!!

The reason my family has stayed here for years is due to the shuttle service to Silver Dollar City. This amenity is no longer available. They have also removed the waffle and pancake maker from the breakfast. The pool was so cold you could not swim. Children were riding scooters in the hall. I will stay somewhere else because there is no reason to pay more to stay here with no amenities that I use.

This hotel is located very close to Silver Dollar City and if you are going to there I would recommend staying there. At one time they ran shuttles to SDC but we did not ask about it this time as we didn't go to SDC this time. We did stay here previously and it is easy to get to and a from.

Room smelled of smoke, rooms, pool, and most hotel didn't seem that clean. But nice staff. The machines in game room broke down on us. Also on last day my daughter was sad not to play one more time, but the room wasn't open as it said it was suppose to be time wise. Breakfast selection could been more.

This is the second time this year that we've stayed at this hotel. The rooms we stayed in have been clean and comfortable. I like that the beds have 4 pillows of different kinds (fluffy, full, firm, soft, etc.) on each of them to accommodate guest's sleeping preferences. Later in the day after we checked in, the manager saw me in the lobby and greeted me by name. I thought that was classy that he remembered my name. I had a little trouble with the washing machine (turned out to be user-error), and after telling the desk staff, maintenance came down right away to help. During our stay it felt like the people working here really cared about us. I would definitely stay here again when traveling!

We had an amazing stay we showed up early had to give a deposit but you get that back if you keep your room clean and orderly too the food was wonderful cable was good staff was excellent the cleanliness of the room was really nice I would recommend anyone to stay here

Do not stay here, if you want to do Silver Dollar City that is the ONLY thing it is close to. The breakfast is a joke and the lady will raise your rates if she feels like it and there is nothing you can do about it. Corporate just told me that it is not owned by Best Western so they could not refund me. Coffee is next to the toilet.

At fist glance we thought, the hotel was a little old but once we walk in we started noticing that they did some really nice upgrading. It kind of has a Farmhouse look to it. From the moment you walk in the door till the time you check out, the staff really went out of their way to make you feel right at home. We traveled with a dog 9Month old (40lb) Pyrenees/Husky mix. We were on the 1st Floor. The room was pretty decent and we had a sliding glass door that led out to the grassy common area. The convenience of walking out your room and to the dog run area was perfect. We did purchase a couple of day passes to the Stockstill Dog Park which was just 10min down the road so that we could run her safety. The indoor pool area, even though was a little outdated still was so pretty awesome. We were able to swim, sit back and relax in a lounge chair and even have lunch at one of the tables near the pool while the kids swam. The pool was not warm but it wasn't ice cold. It was pleasant to walk into the water. Half of the pool was 3' the other half was 5'. The Hot tub was really nice as well. The breakfast had a nice selection. It wasn't anything fancy but it was just a basic scrabbled egg and meat hotel breakfast. We didn't get to enjoy the game room. It was closed when we went to check it out. What we did see of it, looked pretty cool. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling with children and pets. The location is perfect. Just enough away from the hustle and bustle of the strip but close enough to everything.

My family booked this hotel during our short stay in Branson. It's right by Silver Dollar City! The kids especially liked the gameroom and outdoor chess game. Rooms were clean, staff was very helpful and friendly.

Had a great stay. The staff were great and helpful. The rooms were a little dated but clean and everything worked, One of are members had trouble with the A/C, Staff changes rooms no problems and they were cool for the rest of the weekend.

Staff was friendly & helpful. Room was clean. AC worked very well. The short drive from the congested area was enjoyable. It actually allowed us to see the beauty of the mountains surrounding Branson.

This was a preferred hotel for our family due to location, consistency, and upper management. CONS: Our most recent stay was subpar. Leftover food from prior guest left in refrigerator. Coffee grounds on bathroom sink. NO LONGER OFFER SHUTTLE SERVICE TO SDC AS ADVERTISED ON MULTIPLE SITES. This was one of the main reasons we chose this BW. Pros: Close to SDC opposite of traffic flow. DG next door! Well mannered and clean office dogs to greet you at the counter. Owner and GM are very sweet. Things ran a lot smoother when they were on site.

If it was any closer to Silver Dollar City, you'd be in the park! Perfect location. Pleasant staff. Decent breakfast. Good price. Nothing fancy, but everything we were looking for. Would definitely stay again :)

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was very tasty with good variety. The kitchen staff work very hard to ensure there is plenty of food. Adrian, Kate and Alejandro should be recognized for their hard work and dedication. To those reading this, when you visit a hotel where your breakfast is included, please tip the people that are helping fill your tummy. That little extra can mean so much. My family stayed for 4 nights total, everything was great from the service, breakfast and rooms. Close to what we wanted to do while we was there. Would recommend and stay again as well. We will be back at some point!

This hotel is the absolute best!!! Just a mile from Silver Dollar City, a dollar general right beside it , a delicious hot breakfast with lots of choices. The breakfast room is clean and very spacious. The indoor pool is extra big for a hotel pool and hot tub is a nice size too. Rooms clean and beds comfy. The employees are so nice , friendly, and accommodating. I can't say enough good things about our trip. We took our kids and grandkids and we all agree we will choose this hotel again.

Great place to stay. Very clean. Will book here again on our next stay in Branson. Good breakfast, variety of things to do. All of the workers were very pleasant. I have stayed at many hotels in Branson and this is the best hotel so far.

The pictures on this review were deceiving, it is more run down than the pictures appear. Worst pillows, our room was only ok. My sisters room hadn't been cleaned so they had to switch rooms. Spiders all over the pool area. Would not recommend.

I was traveling to Branson with three teenage girls. We had already had to switch hotels twice because of issues we had in other hotels. One hotel was filthy, one had bedbugs. It was already at least 1 o'clock in the morning, and I could not find a single hotel open that late in the evening. Then came this amazing place. I called the front desk, and there was an angel of a woman named Shyla working that night. She absolutely rescued us. She went so far above and beyond to try to help us out of our predicament, even so far as running through the parking lot to bring the room keys that I had accidentally left at the front desk, and bringing us a bell cart to the parking lot so we could get all our bags to our room. She took care of us like we were part of her own family. I truly cannot thank her enough for her kindness that night, because we were exhausted and super stressed out from all of our other hotel experiences. It was absolutely fantastic, and it made for a wonderful stay. She is an absolute gem!

I was disappointed that the hotel discontinued the shuttle service to Silver Dollar City. The main reason I choose to stay at this hotel is the proximity to Silver Dollar City and the easy convenient shuttle.

This is a very good place to stay. They are always friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is a hit. If you wanna stay away from the hustle and bustle but not to far away this is an awesome place! Right around the corner from Silver Dollar City so if that's your destination even better!

Hotel was clean and staff was pleasant Really only thing is if breakfast was changed up instead same thing every morning. Hotel was about a mile away from silver dollar city and shepherd of the hills also was a straight drive to the strip.hotel had a pool but we never used it.

You won't find anything more welcoming and friendly. Beds are comfortable, parking is easily accessible for room location, breakfast buffet has great selections for everyone's food choices. Clean and cozy.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Silver Dollar City (though the shuttle service no longer runs), has nice amenities such as a hot breakfast buffet, oversize chess and checkers sets in the courtyard, and a pool. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean. One problem: our mattress was so uncomfortable that my spouse and I could not sleep. It was almost as hard as the floor, and only the addition of layers upon layers of blankets made it tolerable enough for that. It's kind of important to be able to sleep in a hotel bed.

No shuttle !! Family visit vacation to silver dollar city November 2021 had a great time.Called to book September 2022 ,was told the shuttle no longer ran. I was told the shuttle quit running 2 or 3 months ago .Cancelled reservation because we were counting on the shuttle

Cobwebs in ceiling corner, water damage in ceiling corner, requested 2:00 check in. Arrived at 2:30, room not ready, they called at 2:45 to say room was ready, didn't end up checking in until 3, which was check in time, went to room and door was wide open with sheets off and bedding piled on top of the beds. Room was no where near ready and it was 3:00, again, check in time. Tried to call the front desk twice. No answer. Was in a hurry, so came back to room at 8:30. Not sure what time the room was actually ready!

Bathroom tub not draining, no room phone to connect to front desk, no cleaning , no service and you have to walk to front desk to carry back your towels if you need - I know many other hotels where you don't need to pass through this BAD experience. SO BEST WESTERN is not gonna be my hotel of choice.

After having to leave our condo rental we ended up staying at the Branson West Best Western, the staff was so helpful and friendly and kind. The rooms were nice, breakfast was tasty, we will be back again for sure.

The rooms were dirty. We had dead bugs and live bugs on our beds. We were moved to another room and there were live bugs there too. The sliding glass doors you couldn't see out of. This hotel smelled of mold, damp. I will not return and wouldn't recommend.

The room we were put in had mold growing on the bed skirt and moisture so thick and stuffy in the air it was miserable to sleep. All the clean clothes in our bag had to be washed when we got home because they felt damp!

Everything is very accessible and accommodating at this hotel. Breakfast room is huge with a small, but good selection Game Room needs updated but with the economy the way it is, it will not keep me from staying here. They no longer offer the shuttle to SDC.......The drive is very short and I found it was easier to leave whenever we wanted. I understand it is hard to staff these days.

We stayed for two nights. It was very quiet and clean. I especially enjoyed looking out the patio door as I watched a squirrel scampering around in the tree in the back of the building. There was plenty of variety at the breakfast bar and a nice view from there as well. It was a very peaceful and fun two days.

Stayed here before 4-5 years ago and this place is still great. FMily of 4 got the family suite with 2 double beds and sleeper sofa. Room is very big, lots of room. Room and bathroom are a little dated but clean. Beds are the most comfortable beds ever. Shower good water pressure and they have good toilet paper(haha), not the cheap paper thin stuff!! My wife and I consider this hotel a hidden gym & close to SDC & a short easy drive to Branson strip for entertainment. Huge indoor pool and getting ready to head to free breakfast but if memory serves it is great too & in large room. Will definitely stay here again!

It was clean and the bed was comfortable.I would highly recommend anyone visiting from out of town to book with them. Great for family as well, with a pool area to enjoy and it's very close to Silver Dollar City theme park

This hotel was very hot, especially the halls and the game room. The pool area was filthy. It didn't look like it had been cleaned for weeks. The kiddie pool had been drained and had tobacco spit in it. One main reason we chose this hotel was that they advertised a shuttle to Silver Dollar City. Without letting us know, they discontinued that. No one came to give us clean towels, change the trash cans, or bring extra supplies. The front desk employees were friendly, but obviously overworked. The main plus with this site was the close proximity to the park.

We had always stayed at the Best Western Branson Inn and Conference when visiting Silver Dollar City for the past 8 years. Don't know if it's because of a management change but I cannot recommend this hotel any longer. In just 6 months the amenities/services have declined from the 4 stars that we used to rate this BW, to 2 stars now.

A family emergency left us uncertain about the duration of our visit. Would we need to stay longer than planned? This great hotel was a port in our storm. They generously extended our check out time until everthing was resolved. It was a comfort to be in rooms while we waited for the resolution!

Excellent value and experience. This is not a Ritz Carlton-caliber hotel, but we weren't expecting that anyway. It's dated, but the room was clean, amenities excellent, and the free shuttle to/from Silver Dollar City made it worth it for us by itself. Staff is friendly and attentive, the free hot breakfast each day was great and the pool/jacuzzi was a nice touch. It's a good stretch from the main drag of Branson and is pretty much best for its proximity to Silver Dollar City.

The hotel isn't the greatest - definitely needs an upgrade, but the free shuttle to SDC makes it totally worth it and I will stay again for this reason. Breakfast is only from 7-9am. Just a heads up. The hotel isn't fancy, but I did get a good night sleep.

We had a very pleasant 2 day stay. Every staff member we had contact with was very friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Shuttle to Silver Dollar city was prompt and the driver professional, helpful and polite.

Great hotel with amazing service, breakfast bar was very good with lots of options, a pretty cool pancake maker. The pool is great and covered and the outdoor chess and checkers sets where fun. The Arcade is a nice addition too. My only complaint was it was hard to keep the room cool.

We always stay at Best Western Branson West because of the shuttle service to Silver Dollar City and the wonderful hot breakfast buffet. It's easy to get to the hotel (avoiding all the traffic) and then I can just park the car and use the shuttle to visit SDC each day. They pick you up on demand, whenever you want to get back to the hotel. Breakfast has something for everyone. Perfect place, especially for older folks like us.

The complementary Silver Dollar City shirt service made this one of the best Branson trips we have experienced. This hotel and amenities went exceedingly beyond expectations. The staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was great. The pool was awesome. The shuttle was the best part. The hotel dog is adorable. Dollar store within walking distance is awesome. So close proximity to SDC is wonderful.

Poorly staffed- not friendly Unclean hallways and stained bedding. Guest services poor. Toilet wobbly. Just very dated and not repaired well. General over all appearance of things not great. Just not up to standards.

Amazing hotel with Amazing amenities, we had a wonderful helpful desk person who checked us in. The lady that did the breakfast (her 1st time) did great! She also took us to silver dollar city and picked us up!

The gentleman on the phone was so helpful. When we arrived it was late and the ladies were fantastic, helpful, funny, and so relatable. Room was clean and tidy. our boys and us had fun playing a game of outdoor checkers on their patio! was so fun. Will definitely go back anytime we are in Branson

Sometimes hotels go downhill over time, but not this one. Over the years, this chain and this location has been consistently comfortable, clean, quiet, friendly, and convenient to Branson attractions.

We like to stay at this hotel near Silver Dollar City when we come to Branson. It caters to Silver Dollar City visitors and has a shuttle to the theme park throughout the day. The rooms are usually clean, but now dogs are allowed, which is odd, considering the theme park does not allow pets. On our most recent visit, a dog on our floor started barking at 5:30 AM and never stopped until after we went to breakfast.

Hot breakfast, heated pool and hot tub with towels provided, kids arcade, outside chess and checkers, SDC shuttle, clean rooms, hot water, comfortable beds., coffee maker in room and coffee in hall. There are stairs to climb up or down to breakfast if staying on above ground floor.

From the moment we came into the hotel to the moment we had to leave, every staff member was kind courteous and friendly. They were all smiling and a pleasure to be around. The food was great and there was a variety at the breakfast buffet. The rooms were very clean and smelled very fresh. The beds were very comfortable too.

Overall experience is a 10 plus!!! GREAT EVERYTHING HERE!!! Room was nice and clean...breakfast was great ...staff was awesome..no city noises...highly recommended if you are going to Branson area...you won't be disappointed!!

Super close to Silver Dollar City--minutes away. Clean, well kept, friendly staff, quiet. Nice indoor pool and a cute courtyard with giant chess/checkers. Hotel feels like it is nestled in the woods. Would definitely stay again.

We booked our room with pretty short notice during Spring Break. The room was nice, the pool and hot tub were awesome, breakfast every morning had a great selection and there was plenty for all the guests, they had a private shuttle to Silver Dollar City, and were right next to a Dollar General so we could just walk over and grab whatever we thought we needed. It was also located in a nice quiet area, a short drive from what's actually Branson, MO, but still close enough that it wasn't a bother to drive. I would go there again for sure.

We chose the Best Western Branson Inn for the location. We planned to go to SDC and this was the perfect location and came with a continental breakfast. When we arrived, we found out they would shuttle us to SDC, which made it even better! We have season passes to SDC and will ALWAYS be staying at the Best Western Branson Inn when we are in town!

Although seeming short-staffed at this hotel, stay was quite good. Breakfast was good, a little out of the way, but actually a nice distance away from amenities in town. Quiet area no trucks going past. easy to find!

The room was clean but very dated and old. There were visible signs of how they remodeled at some point. There was only one sink in the bathroom (we had a king suite) when there's usually double sinks(there was plenty of room for double sinks). Not a huge deal. Had some cupboard space as well as a sink in living area. Breakfast area was very clean and great selection of items.

The location was great. Just a short seven minute drive to most of the action in Branson. Only a couple minutes from SilverDollar City. Very clean, great breakfast, and kind staff. I do wish you could "reserve" some time in the hot tub. Not their fault but didn't get to use it at all in for days.

Great location if visiting Silver Dollar city, out of the traffic. Great pool area, great breakfast. Staff was great. Game room and outdoor games. The only negative to this hotel is how bad it needs updating. The carpet is terrible throughout the hotel and the walls need painting, stains everywhere. You find this all over Branson, however and I would choose this hotel over most in this area.

This was our second stay here. I like staying out of the busy part of Branson. The breakfast options are great with lots of seating. The pool could use some paint, but the area is large and includes a hot tub. The outdoor chess and checkers are a nice touch. We stayed 3 nights and our room was not touched. It would have been nice to have our trash dumped. We did have to ask for more TP, tissues, towels and wash cloths. The staff is great. The traffic headed into Silver Dollar City can get busy.

This is our first time staying at this hotel and we're unsure of what to expect. The hotel is older, but they have made renovations that keep it feeling current. The room was super clean! Even the corners of the floor - most hotels seems to miss that when cleaning. The bathroom was also very clean. One of our duvet covers was dirty upon arrival and the staff replaced it within minutes! I did not expect much from the morning breakfast and was pleasantly surprised to find that it had a wide selection of foods that were seasoned and not tasting like bland hotel fare. They even have an automatic pancake machine. So much fun to watch. Our room overlooked the grassy hill and I loved the balcony with sliding door! We will certainly come back!

It was originally a mistake of the wrong Hotel. We usually stay on the 76 strip but somehow was booked at the Branson West which is miles away. But it turned out to be great because we were able to take the shuttle to Silver Dollar City to see the Lights and did not have to drive which was GREAT.

Brought a friend for Silver Dollar City Christmas lights. They have a shuttle which will drop you at the top of the hill so less walking. Breakfast is better than most many selections. Would stay again.

AC/heater unit blows on your face while you sleep, water in showers is less than lukewarm, spiders come in from the woods, so get a second or third floor room if you stay. Breakfast was great. Don't book through a third party because you won't get bonus points or the bonus gift cards. The fix to my room complaint which was addressed 14 hours later by me going back to the front desk and not a phone call as promised was to have me move rooms at 8:40pm after a while day at SDC. Normally this could have been ok, but 14 hours? Spiders? No hot water? P.s. they yelled at my child while I was trying to address my room issues, instead of addressing me, the parent. That's a no. My child was bouncing around because of the room issues, I was at the front desk because their stuff wasn't together. There was black mold on the fabric of the table lighting. Supposedly they're under new management and I just happened to get an "older room." When I heard that I was even more disappointed as a diamond member, but at least they treat everyone equally. Overall a poor experience.

Beds are so hard that sleeping on the ground outside would be more comfortable. Don't bother telling the manager, they don't care and will not call you back. They are interested in the money but not the service. OH… heads up, the remote to the TV only takes care of volume and channels, you must manually turn on and off and they tell you that at check in! Worse night stay ever! I hurt so bad after this one night stay that I drove 3 hours home the next day and said forget it!

We found the beds comfortable and enjoyed the breakfast buffet, but they didn't serve enough food for the guests and ran out of coffee. They didn't have cable TV, only several channels with rather poor TV reception. If I'd been informed about that prior to reserving a room, I'd have gone elsewhere. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The night clerk guided us back to our hotel after we got lost while out having dinner.

GREAT LOCATION (Silver Dollar City)...We've already booked it again for the Christmas Season....This place isn't brand new (What place is??)... its clean and seems very well cared for....the Employees seem to really care about their Guests....a very enjoyable stay.

Our heater did not work in one of the rooms. We asked for adjoining rooms and did not receive them. Also, they booked our room that we were in to 2 other families during our stay in which the other parties walked into our hotel room while we were lounging and watching TV. The worst experience I have ever had at a hotel.

The staff was friendly and efficient. We were quickly checked in and our room was clean and comfortable. Their breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was kept fresh and full. We enjoyed staying at the Branson West location as it was easier and more convenient for us to travel to the areas we were wanting to visit.

Stayed here for our honeymoon and returned for our first anniversary. Very enjoyable stay at this location. Nice rooms and friendly staff. There's a Dollar General next door. Will definitely return again.

Nestled in Branson West, this hotel is a very short distance to Silver Dollar City, and is also a quick trip to Branson proper. The staff were friendly and were quick to get us checked in. This hotel is clean, fresh, and has great breakfast that will keep me coming back.

We had a SUITE with a jacuzzi in it . After an afternoon of wandering we came back to relax for awhile. We turned on the water to the jacuzzi and it ran for an hour and we never got a drop of hot water. At the same time we ran the shower, for another half hour and still no hot water. We called the front desk and the fellow came up and said that they have a problem with the hot water that it takes time to get up here. What 1- 1/2 hrs.? The hot water went on but now we had to leave for a show. When we came back that evening we tried again . We ran the water for 2 whole hours and nothing happened. We went to bed dirty. We tried again in the morning NO HOT WATER. How is this even right? We paid for a suite and never got to use the shower or jacuzzi. We had to bathe like animals at a sink. We were only reimbursed $27.00 for the taxes. I could have got a room on the shady side of town with a hot shower for that. If they know that they have a problem then why scam travelers. Thank you for ruining my 30th anniversary I have been in this business for 20 years as a supervisor, I know when it is bad business.

Breakfast was good with good variety and a large area. TV was marginal with spotty reception. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly, but as most places, the desk was understaffed. Nice little game room. Nice indoor pool and hot tub.

Great place to stay. Close to SDC with shuttle service. Cold and hot breakfast provided. Hallways were hot and room A/C would go from cold to warm. The A/C was not consistent. TV voices were spotty. ...in and out. Friendly workers. Need hot water in lobby for tea with coffee. Very clean rooms, hot water, pool onsite, arcade, mini refrigerator and microwave.

Stayed at this hotel 2 weekends for the country music festival at SDC. Our room was great! Employees very, very nice and willing to help us with anything we needed. Catarina at front desk was just a true Southern peach! Breakfast buffet was fantastic! Shuttle service back and forth to SDC was so nice. We are going back in just a few weeks. We know where we are staying! Hope you can visit as well!

I was not happy with my recent stay. They changed the room cleaning service and do not tell you at checkin that you have to put a sign out. Also the first night I get in bed at midnight only to discover that the sheets fee like sand paper or like someone had sprinkles sand in the bed. I called the front desk and they brought more but I had to remake the bed by myself at 12:30 at night after paying $140/night. I stayed 2 nights. The front test took 10% off of one night for this inconvenience. Breakfast hours have changed and aren't as long now. They were already out of most everything at 8:40. Bed is comfortable but the entire mattress moves very easily if your partner slightly moves.

We stayed 10 days. No room service: I had to empty my own trash, go to the front desk to get clean towels, they wouldn't change our sheets during the whole time we were there. They only have antenna TV. The few stations they pull in gets terrible reception. We will NEVER stay there again. P.S. We paid a little over $100 / night for our king bed room.

This property has severe roach infestation. Identified several in the room (234) along with some in the hallway. Definitely made for a sickening experience staying here. Property needs to invest in regular pest control services.

The staff was awesome friendly helpful everything was clean. Breakfast was wonderful wish we could have stayed longer When we go back to Branson we will make sure to stay there and hopefully the same staff is there. Thanks

We love staying at the best western hotels ! But the family room we booked here was way over priced for the room provided . The hvac system didn't keep up to the room . Tv signal didn't keep up , kids lost interest of trying to watch things . You had to point remote opposite direction of TVs to move channels .

Hotel is dated & carpet stained but staff was friendly & they had a full breakfast bar. First time to Branson & location was convenient. Room smelled musty but bed was comfortable & AC was cool. The price was reasonable

I made a note to never stay in this Hotel again. I have stayed in some really great Best Westerns; however this was not it!!!! The carpet looked dirty in the hallway, elevator smelled, the room was a bit scary and leery and they stated that we stayed in one of the better rooms. I shutter to think what the other rooms looked like..

The rooms exceeded our expectations. The convenience to Silver Dollar City was excellent. We were impressed with the breakfast setup. The stations were separated so it was easy to access the food. It was also a very complete breakfast and everyone, including the kids, were able to find food to their liking.

Every person before me and during my own check-in and check-out processes had issues....every single one. The manager rolled her eyes visibly when I tried to navigate our check-in difficulties. Apparently if you make reservations online through the national site, nothing is translated properly to this particular site. We had stayed at another Best Western in another town the night before and the two nights after this stay with NO issues...this location was terrible to work with.

We stayed here 2 nights for it's convenience to Silver Dollar City which is only 5 minutes away. It's an older hotel that has not been kept updated. The interior carpets inside the hallways and rooms are in terrible shape. They only have one elevator at the end of a very long building so if you have luggage you want to park down there or you are hauling up the stairs. Our room was clean but I brought my own wipes and cleaned it again. It's just very outdated with the furniture, nasty carpet and old walls. The tv you have to turn it on manually and the channels kept flickering so we didn't worry about it. The air is a box unit but it kept the room cool. The bathroom was a little more modern. The towels are super rough. It was a quiet place and the breakfast area was nice. It's a budget hotel and it helped us on that end but after staying here for $120 a night that was still too high for the ambience of this location. The front desk staff was courteous and you do not get housekeeping but we were able to replenish our towels when needed its just amazing that since the pandemic no one cleans your room daily anymore.

Not your best hotel - we had cleanliness issues, a broken sink - so moved to another room. Then found hairs on bed and stuff (old bandaid, chips) under bed. This was bedroom number 2, we were tire, so let it go. Positive is the convenience to Silver Dollar City and food places in West Branson.

My experience at this Hotel was horrible from the moment I walked in til I left lobby was hott had a smell than dog at the front desk. Next the room was nasty hair in the shower let me no it haven't been clean ,the towels some was white some was black I thought they used the guest towels they left I never saw that before,the ice bucket nasty ,hair in the fridge had to get toilet tissue out the hall way restroom , the young lady I saw past my room cleaning a room passed mine did come wipe down the shower and said the new worker probably didn't do a good job I think it was her but that room was nasty had my own sheets. The worker had to come in at night to cut on the tv, the pool hot tub was on but jets didn't work had a nasty looking film sitting on top the kid pool no water big pool ok, hall ways have bad smell, back patio air falling apart . The staff was very friendly and the location was excellent. However the floors in the hallway and room needed a good cleaning. In the room the kids had to wear shoes at all times as the floor would turn their socks black after only a short amount of time walking around. Also the hotel only allowed a 2 hour window for breakfast; from 7-9. For early risers and those wanting to get on the road, this meant that you will likely miss out on breakfast.

I am a rewards member and have never been so disappointed! TV had to be turned on manually and was confusing. For $160 a night a shower would have been nice. Shower head was a slow stream of drizzle. Shower curtain was molding on the bottom. No outlets to plug in 2 phones. Very glad it was only one night!

Older hotel, needs some updating . Otherwise great location for SDC. Nice indoor pool. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. We stayed four nights with 4 grandsons. Appreciated proximity to Silver Dollar City and other attractions.

This hotel is the closest hotel to Silver Dollar City. Easy to get there in the morning. Rooms are good, clean. The hotel is 60's vintage with updates. If it matters, the elevators are at the far ends of the building. Breakfast was OK for a tourist spot. Cold or hot cereal, eggs, hash browns, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Pancake maker. Toast. Unthawed fruit that wasn't great. Coffee, juice. Rooms cleaned only upon request.

First walking in cob webs on ceiling, big clob of hair in tub/shower, took pillow cases off pillows and slobber stains on pillows, towels stunk. The plus side is the room came with free hair ties for women ( joke. Leftover hair tie from previous customer in coffee basket). Don't stay here. Period.

As soon as we got to the hotel there were two people working the front desk and 2 people in front of me it took the close to 20 minutes to check us in which is outrageous. They also tell us that due to Covid they no longer due hot breakfast so they have grab bags for breakfast. We go and get the grab bags and there is only 2 things in it which is a danish and a granola bar. They never cleaned our room you had to request for the room to be clean and on top of that I hope you are strong cause you have to pull the door super hard for it to latch shut.

BW was recommended to us by a friend. This was a quick mother/child getaway and the 2 dbl queens was perfect for us. Internet, Cable, Fridge, Microwave and Hairdryer.....indoor pool too. Just wish the hot tub had been open - it would have been a great end to busy activity filled days. Excellent service -the staff is so helpful and polite.

There are so many things that went wrong with our visit, first they didn't have our reservations finally got that, the room was mediocre but we had no towels it took a full 24 hours to get towels to our room! When they did bring them they were on the floor in front of our door, the hot tub was not set up, the pool was packed with probably 100 people but the front desk wasn't concerned about it, they were horribly understaffed.

Awful experience with check in and not having a clean room. After other guests cleaned our room, we were able to enter our room @ 12:05 AM (checked in at 6 PM). No resolution to any issues or our bill. 0 stars across the board.

My family and I arrived at 7:00 PM only to be told our room wouldn't be ready for another hour. I told them that's unacceptable and they said they would have one in 15 minutes. At 10:00 PM there was a couple with 2 little ones sitting in the hallway waiting for their room to be cleaned. The next morning I asked if theyd milk for breakfast and was told no.

The staff at this hotel was the worst I've ever seen. The man that checked me and my family in didn't know how to work the computer. I (an employee of a best western in a different state) had to walk him through it. When i asked for more trash bags and where the dumpter was the staff was annoyed and looked insulted by my request. Laundry was right across the hall from my room and they started blasting music at 6 am two mornings in a row. then when I had gotten home the hotel called MY BOSS at my hotel to complain about me as a guest. They demanded I pay an extra 250 dollars because I had bags of trash in my room. All were sealed and stacked together for housekeeping to grab and take out. I was told it was disgusting that three adults and 6 animals being in a room for two days made that much trash.

The hotel was very dirty and pool area was in bad shape. The hotel had expired milk and orange juice in breakfast fridges. It's worth an extra 10 minute drive to silver dollar city to stay in a much better hotel. The staff/owner was not professional to add to the experience. Save yourself the disappointment and find a better hotel.

In 20 years of staying at hotels that advertise breakfast included, this Best Western set a new low for breakfast for us. Walked in an found some bread and cereal in a small blocked-off area, that's it. The tables to sit at were blocked off and inaccessible. No fruit or other breakfast items were available. Tongs were set out for use, which in this COVID-world we weren't going to touch. Ended up walking to Dollar General next door and buying frozen breakfast burritos and heating in the microwave. No tea in lobby. If you stay here, ignore the breakfast advertised and plan on Dollar General frozen burritos or going out. Room had several stains in the carpet and on the wall next to the bed. Mask use seemed like a suggestion, several guests were not wearing them in the hotel.

Hotel website said they had hot breakfast but only had continental and then even though with Covid concerns did not provide sanitary serving. They even blocked off the tables in the dining room. The hot tub was out of order but they did not even put up a sign or block it off so you were surprised by cold water. The manager seemed to have lack of concern when we inquired about these issues.

Excellent Place to Stay! Clean, Friendly & just an all around nice place to stay! Couldn't ask for anything better. Close to Silver Dollar City and a not in the crowded congested part of Branson. Easy in and Out of the Parking Lot.

We did not get the room we requested which was advertised as a honeymoon king suite with hot tub. Instead they put us in a king suite advertised with a jetted tub. There is a difference in the 2 tubs.

Nice staff, clean rooms and great location. Right next to silver Dollar City! The only reason this didn't get a full five stars was because the kiddie pool and hot tub wasn't working and we were looking forward to it as a family!

We picked this hotel for how close it was to Silver Dollar City and the reviews. We were disappointed. The room was not very clean and the hotel needs a lot of work. We were shocked by the disregard of the city masking ordinance by the majority of the staff. Now that we have a better idea of the area we will stay elsewhere when we come back.

Great location for Silver Dollar City and Branson. Easy access to both. Silver Dollar City is right next door and the road to Branson is well kept. Interaction with staff was pleasant, friendly and professional. The Motel is older but the room was very clean and the bathroom and shower were very nice. We would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and we took the shuttle over and back to Silver Dollar City. We plan on using this location again soon. I recommend this hotel and especially if you are going to Silver Dollar City.

I will not stay at this hotel again. The rooms were dirty upon arrival. There was still popcorn on the floor when we arrived. We had to request new towels every day. I have stayed at this hotel many times but the new ownership needs to modernize this hotel and definitely keep it cleaner.

Yes, that's right, MAGGOTS. There were huge, disgusting maggots under the trash can in the hallway beside the vending machine. I don't know how this hotel has a 4.5 rating. Maybe the good ratings are from 1995 or are fake, because this is THE MOST disgusting hotel I've ever seen. The floors were stained, old, and dirty. The “shower” had less water pressure than a garden watering pail. The hand towel that I used to DRY MY FACE had some else's PUBIC HAIR on it!!! The vending machine was broken. The “complimentary hot breakfast” was beyond gross. It consisted of salty powdered eggs, and 2 strips of paper-thin microwaved bacon. And you had to order it 15-30min in advance. The pool smelled like mold/mildew, and the water was cloudy. The air conditioner, at the maximum cold setting, could barely keep the room at 72-73°. The security lock on our room door was broken off. HOW IS THIS HOTEL STILL IN BUSINESS???????????? For your sake, for your family's sake, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!!!

This is a good little hotel that has a large sized pool and hot tub. They offer a SDC shuttle but we didn't utilize it due to restricted times (I don't like to feel like I'm stuck somewhere if I need to leave). They offer a free breakfast, huge checkers and chess, even have horseshoes outside. They also have a big game room too. The beds were comfy, tv sound cut out constantly, fridge and microwave and the room was very clean. So, I was surprised that the rest of the hotel wasn't. The hallways and stairwells had a lot of dirt, leaves, and food scattered throughout. It wasn't really dirty just something I noticed. Some of the housekeepers would walk right past wrappers (not mine) on the floor without bothering to pick it up so I did. Housekeeping also isn't cleaning rooms while Covid19 id around. That didn't bother me as I usually put the "Do not disturb" sign on the door. The owners just acquired the property recently I was told so I understand they are working out the kinks of the place. There was no locks on the side entry doors either so I'm not sure if that is something they will put in. There is a lot of space between the room doors and the floors too so it let's in a lot of hallway noise I just put a few towels down to drown out that excess noise. I would stay again if I needed to be in the area with an indoor pool.

This hotel is filthy. We arrived at 4pm to be told our room wouldn't be available for 30 - 45 minutes. We had just driven 7 hours, and we decided to stretch our legs around the property. First stop: lobby bathroom. Disgusting. It reeked if urine. There was poop on the walls. They had enough air freshener in there that it was obvious the stench wasn't a recent phenomenon. The carpeting is so dirty and worn out it has tracks in it. The pool is tragic. Did I mention that the hotel is filthy? Filthy. Capital F. I cannot conceive of a facility that would be allowed to be this filthy in the age of Covid. I immediately questioned the basic safety of this place. How this hotel got 4.5 out of 5 stars is beyond me; I actively feel misled. Do not stay here.

Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. This is an older hotel, but the price is affordable. The showers are wonderful. The staff was quick on check in and check out. They have a complimentary shuttle to Silver Dollar City.

As an employee at sdc, the hotel was able to get me a room so I can report to work the next morning without having to drive all the way from Springfield. The only problem I had was they gave me the wrong room key number and I had to go back and get a new one. They were very polite and apologetic about it and immediately fixed the problem. Otherwise, great stay and great service. Would definitely come here again.

Clean, comfortable room. Older facility but updated and clean. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the deer and squirrels. Free shuttle to Silver Dollar City! Breakfast choices could be improved. Would recommend!

Very nice clean place. Only complaints are that the room I stayed in, the AC wasnt really working well. It was when we got there but on the second night room was super hot ac didn't cool the room at all.

The motel was very clean. The staff was very friendly. This Best Western Motel is real close to Silver Dollar city which the have a shuttle to get there to make it easier for you. I would recommend theis motel .

We have stayed at this hotel 4 times now. We love the free shuttle to Silver Dollar City. The rooms do need some updating, but the beds are super comfortable and clean. The staff are some of the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered. Nice big indoor pool. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. We liked that there was a patio in the back. We could just walk out on the lawn. We loved that the pool and gameroom were open late. The hotels a little outdated but that won't keep us from staying here again.

We were totally impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel, especially the room!!! Great staff, great check in, all round great stay. One entrance off of state highway was steep, the second on was fine. Parking lot was slightly a challenge with F-250 truck and 22' trailer, but managed OK. This was a condition of the hills of this location, not an issue of construction. Would not hesitate to stay here again!!! GREAT STAY!!

I don't know what happened to this hotel but definitely not worth the price! I guess they are remodeling the rooms on the bottom floor ( at least I hope)! They have outside sliding glass doors and ours didn't lock! Also black stuff all over the door and curtains

We always stay here when we are in Branson which is roughly 5-6 times a year. Sometimes with family sometimes just a couple. Sometimes minor issues but they are always taken care of quickly. Nothing is perfect but this places does its best to make it that way.

This hotel is very old & has not been updated at all, the room they gave us was in a stinky hallway and had to walk to the back building to get our breakfast & down a flight of step staircase into a courtyard & then into another building I would not recommend this hotel

They charged me 20,000 reward points for this hotel. The hot tub was closed, the kiddie pool was empty and the indoor pool was too cold to use. They ran out of towels and though they told us they had roll away beds, they did not have any. The kids were really disappointed and I felt like they ripped me off charging so many points for a hotel that was not as advertised. Also, pillows were lumpy.

The place is really needing some renovations. Pool was cold. Kiddie pool and hot tub not functioning. The staff was pleasant and they tried to be helpful. The breakfast was good and we appreciated the shuttle to SDC.

The hotel has a shuttle to silver dollar city which is super nice, hotel is easy to park rather than the others in town and less traffic and quite, big pool. Room is clean, full service breakfast, overall like to stay here.

Always clean! Hot breakfasts are good and well stocked. Shuttles to SDC are on time with friendly drivers. Safe area. If the pool/hot tub is important to you, check before you go. Pool was frigid and hot tub not working.

We made this reservation for a last minute trip to Branson. When there was a problem with the room that could not be resolved prior to our arrival, they called and upgraded the room and went out of their way to make things right. Location is perfect and highly recommend.

We were in Branson to go to Silver Dollar City and this BW is the closest motel, plus they offer free shuttling to and from....awesome! With free WiFi, free breakfast, extremely courteous staff, it's a perfect place to stay.

Close to Silver Dollar City. This is our second stay at this property. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are clean. Coffee and tea are always available and breakfast has a nice variety. Though there are areas that could use updating, the rooms are very comfortable and lovely!

This hotel is poor quality, breakfast was no good, cold sausage, wet burned eggs, disgusting.. Hot tub not working again, no hot water in the morning to take a shower was told to many people taking a shower at one time.. We've been coming to this hotel for years, it's really gone way down.. I won't waist my money on this place again//5

So the hotel is old but very clean. Clean is my top priority. The sheets were worn and the fitted sheet had pills & little balls of wear. Had I not been SO tired I would have requested a new one. But the thought of remaking a bed was not happening. There's not a convenient elevator so be prepared to take stairs. They only gave us one key...weird. All in all it was a fine room in a fine hotel. Nothing special.

Love this hotel! It's reasonably priced, has a free shuttle to take you to/from Silver Dollar City (SDC), includes a free hot breakfast (large breakfast buffet), and has a Dollar General Store right next door. There's a pool and a hot tub. Also, every time we have stayed here the staff have been great and the rooms have been clean. No complaints. You can miss all the 76 Strip traffic and stay right next to SDC.

We loved the complimentary transportation to SDC and the hotel was clean and comfortable with an easy check in and out. Annette at the front desk is AWESOME and her kind and helpful attitude is really something special! I highly recommend this hotel! I do wish the hot tub was working and the indoor pool could use a little TLC....but otherwise....great place to stay!

This is a great value for the money! Only issue is to be sure you request rooms with upgraded beds as first night we were there, bed was hard, but they immediately moved us to newly updated room with better bed, so 2nd night was really comfortable. B-fast buffet really good! Game room and pool awesome for kids and adults! SHUTTLE TO Silver Dollar City, invaluable! Very nice driver also!

This Best Western is nestled on a beautiful wooded property only a mile and a half from Silver Dollar City. My family looks forward to staying here multiple times throughout the year. It features a large indoor pool with a hot tub that beckons my children back to the hotel after a long day at the park, which a free shuttle will take you back and forth from several times throughout the day! Best of all is a BIG buffet breakfast full of warm food, food, coffee, plenty of juices and more to keep you well fed as you start the day - the biggest reason we love this place!

Front desk was very nice. Time to do some renovations on the pool and room, during peak season shuttle could run more..Overall great place with a good breakfast. Lady who was serving breakfast was very quick and professional. Bed was great need all mattresses like room 214.

When we arrived our reservations were wrong. She assured me that the problem was fixed but it wasn't. When we checked out the charges were charged to the wrong card. They tried to fix it but we still ended up with a charge to the wrong card. So now we have to wait 10 to 14 days to get our money back. They seemed confused and unorganized so we will not be staying there again. Which is unfortunate because we loved the location.

Front desk couldn't find our reservation, then flight wi ty me to get two keys to the room. Heat was broken. TV never would work. Others were complaining about the same things. Young girl at the desk was very unkind and disrespectful. Refused to give us pool towels for everyone that was swimming. Told everyone they had to share because they didn't have enough.

The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. The pool and hot tub were great, we had several preteen football players. The breakfast was good but under staffed. We were given a late checkout which helped a lot. Would stay here again.

Have stayed here before. Check in was easy. Large hot breakfast. Didn't use the pool. Room is large and clean. Several channels on the TV. Shower was good. Bed was comfortable. The shuttle to SDC is very convenient.

We have stayed here 3 times now and highly recommend it. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. The shuttle service back and forth from SDC is so convenient. The breakfast area is large and there is plenty of food variety. Our group of 6 thoroughly enjoy staying here. They have a very nice indoor pool and hot tub which we did not use this trip but have enjoyed it when we brought our grandsons with us. There is a 'common' area with tables, couches, and TV on the 3rd floor which we enjoyed in the evening to play cards. We also ordered pizza in one night on the recommendation from the hotel desk and sorry I do not recall the name of the place, but the pizza was excellent.

We have stayed here 3 times in the past year. This stay was the least satisfactory. There was a large group of boys playing roughly in the pool while their parents ignored them and sat drinking. We ended up leaving the pool area for fear of our young child's safety. Beds seemed harder than prior stays. Breakfast was not as good as past stays as well. The toilet in our room flushed very slowly and you had to hold the handle until it actually flushed everything.

Because of its location, this hotel is by far the best place to stay when visiting Silver Dollar City. The room is adequate, plus breakfast is included (eggs, bacon, waffles, biscuits and gravy are highlights) and there is an indoor pool. When you go to Silver Dollar City, the hotel offers a shuttle to the park and drops you off very close to the entrance, eliminating the hassle of parking and walking to your car after a full day at the park. We have stayed here for years and will continue to book this hotel!

This Best Western did not live up to the reviews on trip advisor. Our room was old and dated. Also smelled bad. Toilet Stool leaking water underneath. 2 large black spyders in the room. The carpet in the breakfast room was absolutely filthy. The breakfast was below average. The staff at the front desk was both friendly and helpful. Very nice people. The location is close to Silver Dollar City. In my opinion this Best Western badly needs to be remodeled and updated. Would not stay here again.

The minute our charter bus pulled in we were treated with respect & welcomed! Our room was clean & very comfortable. The breakfast items were posted for each day. Every employee we encountered was interested & ready to assist us.

I never give all top ratings. This place we loved for the price and food and location and best customer service. Just to walk around the parking lot amidst all the beautiful trees was almost therapeutic.

Highly recommend. Most friendly. Great service. Clean. They welcome you and your pets. Awesome breakfast. Trolly service. Close to down town and the landing. Very reasonable pricing. They make you feel glad you stayed there.

i hate to talk about this gem as then it will get overcrowded and no longer reasonably priced but it's a nice clean hotel, they have a shuttle to SDC and breakfast. The staff was friendly and I am excited to stay again.

I have stayed here twice with the grandkids. The location to SDC can't be beaten! I thought I would take the shuttle to SDC this time, but it only runs every 2 hours and with kids that can be a problem. The pool area is nice and the kids love the game room. When I went, every room was booked. However, it still seemed pretty quiet. They have a microwave and fridge in every room which is so convenient. If I didnt have grand kids with me ,I would probably go to a little smaller fancier place. But all in all it's worth the stay for the price!

New staff is exceptional! Made our extended stay (11 nights) a very positive experience! Just around the corner from Silver Dollar City, and just a very short drive from the Branson entertainment. Looking for a nice place to stay, they get my recommendation!

I cannot say enough about this staff! The night staff was exceptional in making sure all guests were accounted for and in a safe place during a tornado warning at 130am on Sunday. We felt calm and reassured during the brief sleep interruption.

The shuttle is the reason I recommend this hotel. It runs frequently, being in Branson West gets you to and from the park in minutes, and it only serves the Best Western. Does not make numerous stops. The staff is pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast is fine - hot and replenished when necessary. The hotel itself is in serious need of updates, particularly the carpet throughout the whole place. The carpet makes the facility feel shabby.

Furniture was worn badly TV volume was either loud or very soft couldn't control volume carpet worn out, check in took 20-25 min. With a reservation. Offered a shuttle to sdc only operated every 2 hours with one bus at sdc and one setting at motel we asked for a ride at 4:30 pm was refused shuttle did not leave until 5:00pm motel needs weed eating and mowing as for breakfast fair

This is now our place to stay! We have been coming to Branson for about 15-20 years and this is the place. Clean very nice room, everyone goes out of there way to be helpful and oh so kind. Oh and breakfast, well my husband would stay forever if he could. So I would say YES. Plus did I mention the shuttle? To SDC.

Our family has stayed here twice and both times we had a very pleasant time at this Inn. I especially liked the pool. It is in a quiet location which is a plus in the Branson area. We will certainly stay here again.

We went to Dogwood Canyon and stayed in Branson. What a great hotel this one is I have stayed there I think 5 times now and havent been disappointed at all. Great hotel and a great breakfast to boot! Vert friendly staff always

We like to stay here. We get a complimentary shuttle ride to and from Silver Dollar City, which is really great to be able to stay out of the traffic. The breakfast is also very good. It has eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, juice, and more.

Pros: value for money, clean rooms, located close to all attractions and restaurants, free shuttle to silver dollar city(though i didnt use) free breakfast, free party room for hangout, free wifi Cons: Bit dated need updates to the facility overall, No central a/c hallways are bit warm and rooms have window a/cs, pool is hot with no a/c and hot tub hardly gets hot, there was water leaking from top floors in the balconies, No exhaust fan in bathrooms Overall its not bad for families but it needs TLC to make it better.

Everyone was very friendly, fast checkin, and they have an excellent breakfast there. It was quite and I loved their spa bathtub. The free shuttle to silver dollar city made a special trip to pick me up when I was ready to come back on which I was very happy. If I go back to silver dollar city, this is where I want to stay.... I do know my boyfriend said the hot tub wasn't very hot but I never had time to check it out because I had a full weekend of activities. And they have an elevator at the far end of the hotel but that was okay. The front office is on the second floor... I liked this hotel.

So close to SDC, it sounds like 1 of the roller coasters is just outside your window. Has a SCD shuttle bus. Was there on business also so I needed to use the business center. Printer was ink jet and not a very fast printer but worked.

Great place to stay if you plan on visiting SDC. They will shuttle you to and from SDC. Nice size indoor pool. Nice game room. Interior rooms is nice. Breakfast was better than most complimentary breakfast

Second time staying here and we will be back! It's your average hotel room but it's well priced, clean and the hotel has a nice game room and indoor pool area. You can also take a shuttle to and from SDC.If you forget something Dollar General is next door. It's on the quieter side of Branson which is also really nice.

We stay at this Best Western on every visit to the Branson area and have had consistently good experiences here. We will always plan our vacations to the area around availability at this particular Best Western.

Great hotel! Clean, comfy, and in a great location! Hotel will be under some construction/update in the coming months according to a sign on their doors. The shuttle to SDC had us there and back in 10 minutes. Breakfast has oatmeal, waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage biscuits and gravy! You can't leave hungry. Our go to hotel!

Room was dirty and smelly, Breakfast eggs were cold sausage was not done during weekdays. The employees were all friendly and kind however if they took there jobs more seriously we would not have received that room. At first we thought that the room just needed to be aired out but as time went on we realized it needed more than that.

We love the shuttle for Silver Dollar City. Sometimes the shuttle is backed up and takes a few trips. But if u do drive its a breeze to get to the park since your not fighting as much traffic. The breakfast is good.Beds are comfy. The pool and hot tub are a good size and indoors.

My uncle played bluegrass music at the Silver Dollar City bluegrass festival for over 30 years. From the beginning, we decided to stay here because of the location close to the park and the shuttle bus over to the park. The rooms are just a typical motel room, nothing special. The motel has a very good breakfast buffet but they are not open for lunch or dinner so those meals must be planned elsewhere. The people at the front desk are friendly enough. The rates have remained reasonable over the years.

Loved this location. Offered free rides to and from Silver Dollar City all day and a discount on the room rate if you hold a season pass. The breakfast had everything: eggs, bacon, toast, hashbrowns, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, fruit, and so much more...great way to start the day. Staff was extremely friendly and kind. Smiling and looking like they enjoyed their job. Had the best bed we have ever slept on ( room 224) but I can't vouch for the other beds. We will not use any other hotel but a Best Western. We have never had a bad experience.

The hotel has a nice modern charm to it; I enjoyed my stay. I am a traveling for vacation, and this hotel was very clean and welcoming. ☆☆☆☆☆ 1st. The hotel was very nice welcoming and has a warm lobby; in the morning the lobby has a nice well-stocked breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits plus gravy, waffles, and some extra goodies too. The lobby has the luxury of a simple continental breakfast too. The front desk staff members are very inviting and friendly to service your needs. ☆☆☆☆☆ 2nd. The pool room is very clean has a really nice pool and a hot tub; the pool goes to 3-5' for easy for swimming or a light cardio workout for a quick swim however the pool is nice and warm and the pool is crystal clear. The pool room had stocked towels; it had cleaned floors, bonus friendly people just willing to take a dip in the pool and the hot tub. ☆☆☆☆☆ 3rd The hotel has plenty of options for snacks and drinks with working vending machines and it has laundry room,game room, and business center. ☆☆☆☆☆ 4th The room you will be staying in is a modern well lit room with a nice cozy feel. The room has a nice little business center for you to work on documents or projects. The bed is very comfy; the staff does their job correctly, and willing to go the extra mile if you hang your clothes or the towel wrong; the kitchen has a brewer for tea or coffee, refrigerator, and microwave for cooking food and a place to store your clothing plus the bathroom is very nice and clean. The staff and the service members have made my stay excellent. 5 stars I recommend staying at this hotel any time plus a good price too. This hotel is next to Silver Dollar City in Branson. A nice hotel for the price. The best part is the hot breakfast! Especially the eggs; they taste real! Lol! A great start before going to the park. It's not a fancy hotel but is clean, quiet and comfortable.

Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Branson. The hotel, in my opinion, is in a great location. Far enough from all the traffic and noise in Branson but yet minutes away from everything you may want to do.

I read the reviews, I was excited- I thought I'd found my family a GREAT hotel at a reasonable price. I was so wrong. This 'hotel' is a converted motel. So, our 'patio' was nothing more than a sliding door that stepped out into the parking lot. This made me feel far more insecure about where we were staying. They were way behind on getting rooms done so our 3pm check in was delayed by several hours-completely altering our plans for the day after a long drive. Everywhere you look you can see things that need to be replaced or updated. The room smelled stale and musty, the pool had broken tiles and ceiling panels falling in. The breakfast-which looked awesome in the pictures- is nothing but the same microwaved stuff you get at any continental. We were highly disappointed. I will say this- if you're going to spend your trip at Silver Dollar City, it's a great location and they offer a shuttle. But if you're going to do ANYTHING else, it's not convenient and you'll spend a lot of time driving back and forth.

We absolutely LOVED this hotel. So convenient as it sits right next to Silver Dollar City. Hotel was VERY clean and the Breakfast room and food selection was top notch! Will definitely be staying here in the future.

Very enjoyable stay here. Went to Silver Dollar City and some of the other local attractions while we were there for a week. Friendly staff, good prices, discounts for seniors and veterans, breakfast buffet was good.

Wow ! Disney Land Service. I had a very bad experience at the Welk Resorts and paid 4 times as much money for the rooms and the accommodations then the Best Western however the service and facilities at the Best Western Hotel was way much better. Upon our return to Branson I have requested that I always stay at the Best Western and reserve the same room .

I like the location on how close to SDC this hotel is located. Not too far from the main strip. I like how they have a shuttle service to the Park. Breakfast is pretty good for being included with price of stay.

Have stayed at this Best Western twice - June and July 2019. Hotel is 5 minutes from Silver Dollar City with free shuttle to and from SDC! Very helpful! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Only negative comment would be do not have coffee maker in bathroom.

I stay in about 100 hotels a year. This was a family fun visit so we booked early and then decided to come a day early instead so I booked an extra night with points. I got here at 9:30 pm and they had me for 3 rooms???? The lady at the desk was very nice but the only one here and never used points or free night voucher. After 25 min she gave up and just gave me keys to a room and said manager will fix it tomorrow. The room was small and hot... No AC on and it's in the 90s. Took the room an hour to cool off. Next was the queen mattress were springs were poking up. I tried calling the front desk twice but gave up. I called BW and canceled the rest of the week here and rebooked at BW Center Point Inn. Oh yeah, the toilet is the shortest I've seen in my life made for a child... So bad beds, understaffed, same price as nicer hotels and watery eggs with the same microwave breakfast as everyone serves. So far the other Be is good.

Great hotel. Very close to Silver dollar city. The free shuttle there was awesome. The shuttle driver was nice and helpful. Great experience. The hotel was clean and inviting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the very large pool and hot tub area. The game room was really cool and gave you that old school hotel experience. Loved it! The breakfast buffet was included in your room It was amazing. A large selection and tasted great! We loved everything about this hotel. We will never stay any where else while visiting Branson!

At this point I am not sure if we will choose best western ever again. We will not recommend it to any one! We did receive a $10 discount per night for our difficulties with the Ventilation, Bad Odor, very strong Humidity and cleanness and safety Issues at the Pool. Our Cloth were clammy and wet, the Room smelled, the Bathroom Ventilation did not work at all! After having our vacation ruined it seems hardly enough compensation. For safety and cleanliness issues Children acting out of control and hair and gum every were, "Please" have Staff available to monitor the Pool area!!!!!!!! After this Best Western Experience we truly need another Vacation! The Hotel is overpriced for what Goods and Services it offers. We wish, we could give a better Feedback. God bless every one.

Took advantage of the daily breakfast. Although the menu dididn't change daily they had a variety of options, all of which were good. We also took advantage of paying for Silver Dollar City tickets there at the hotel. That was convenient as was the shuttle to and from. Our driver's name was Dennis and he was so friendly and nice. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was friendly, always greeting us in passing with a smile and a "Good morning" or "Good afternoon." The bathroom in our room was nice and clean. I was surprised how clean the lobby restroom was too, it was impeccably spotless. The hot tub was nice. The swimming pool was surprisingly warm, but nice. There were postings throughout the hotel noting they were going to be making some exciting changes and renovations to the hotel. There is a Dollar General right next door within a quick walking distance that was great for picking up various items. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Good hotel with indoor pool, hot tub, breakfast, and shuttle to SDC. Also has a Dollar General next door for picking up supplies. We enjoy being outside of the high traffic areas and like that there are several restaurants close by.

Air conditioning was insufficient and the hotel was out of fans so we had to go buy one at the Dollar General next door. The breakfast was a mess, they only had 2 employees in charge of handling over 300+ guests. Food was lukewarm at best, they kept running out of stuff. They couldn't keep coffee in the pots, no one wiped down any tables ever. Waffle machine was slow and waffles stuck everytime and people would have to try to peel their waffles off the maker. -(we went out to eat the 2nd morning of our stay). I found food behind our bed. The balcony had slimey sludge from the poor quality air conditioner so we couldn't sit out there. The pool house was full of flies. Overall the experience was not good and we won't stay here again in the future. The staff was nice the lobby is pretty and the linens were clean. Those were the positives.

Stayed at BW two nights with the 7 grands[ages 5-15]. The family suite with connecting room made our two nights just perfect. Family suite large enough all 9 of us could hand out together and eat pizza.

Old buildings, outdated and felt "filthy". Bugs on ceiling, spiders in sheets - complained at checkout and received a whooping $10 credit. Will not return to this location. Our family previously lived in the area and this was our first return after being away for 11 years. Very disappointed and will seek other accommodations in the future.

This hotel was amazing. In Branson a lot of the hotels are older or are older style: outdoor entrance type rooms, no microwave or mini fridge. This hotel I believe has been here a while but is well maintained, updated, decorate nicely, clean, had hallway room entrances, balconies in all rooms, comfortable beds, fridge and microwave too all for an affordable price. The game room was a nice surprise. Pool area looked great but we didn't get a chance to use it this visit. Internet service worked the best I have ever experienced on a Branson trip. Breakfast was available too but my family doesn't move quick enough in the morning to try it. Close to Silver Dollar City with a tram available if you don't want to drive yourself. Also has a Dollar General next door if you need anything. We will be back and will be staying here again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is a great place to stay if you are going to Silver Dollar City. They offer a free shuttle service that takes you to the front of SDC. The rooms are newly updated, have very comfortable beds and are clean. The rooms also have a table with two chairs, a mini refrigerator, a microwave, coffee pots, flat screen tv, and a place to set your suitcases with room underneath to put your shoes. This was a nice addition to the room. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and soap but no lotion. The lotion was really missed. I even asked the maid but no lotion at all. Also, there is a very nice indoor pool, a kiddie pool, a hot tub and pool towels. There was an arcade for the kids to play games but everyone seemed to be at the pool. And, a big plus, was the hot complimentary breakfast. They offered a big variety of breakfast foods from scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage links, boiled eggs, waffles, juices, hot coffee, cereal, fruit, toast, yogurt, and more. They didn't have any banana muffins pastries or doughnuts. I heard a few people wishing those items were available. The lobby even had hot coffee and hot water with tea bags. The hotel has 3 floors with an elevator.

Super clean, close to Silver Dollar City (with shuttle to SDC), Kid friendly (indoor swim and arcade), and the breakfast was AMAZING. We've been here 3 times and will never stay anywhere else in Branson or Branson-West.

Stay in Branson and out of the traffic. Enjoy a hotel with all your desired amenities just west of Branson. If your are planning a trip to Silver Dollar City, there's not a better place to stay. BW will drop you off and pick you up at the front entrance of SDC. Enjoy the indoor pool and lots of outdoor activities.

We stay at this hotel every time we are in Branson. Our boys love the large indoor pool area, the breakfast is always good, the staff is always friendly, and the rooms are clean. The hotel is in a quiet setting with great views. We enjoy the shuttle to Silver Dollar City that drops off and picks up right at the main gate to the park, very convenient. The price is excellent for all the amenities this hotel offers. We enjoyed our stay, as usual, and will be back the next time we visit Branson.

Family Life Marriage Seminar in town at the Chateau on the Lake! Decided to stay here to escape the hustle and bustle of it all! Very friendly staff, so sweet and kind! Just the getaway we needed! Close to restaurants and fuel

We loved being close to SDC but hated being far from Main Street. Breakfast was ok. Room was roomy and nice but tv would stop working for about a minute. The pool area was too dark for us also. We usually stay at Best Western Center Pointe Inn and we love it there but there weren't any rooms for the dates we needed. So we chose this hotel because they had rooms and it was a good price. We will not be staying at this hotel again tho. We will just stick with the one we always go to and love.

This hotel is tucked in a quiet and beautiful part of branson. The staff is wonderful, rooms are spacious and the breakfast was fantastic. The indoor pool was really warm! The staff was really friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I would highly recommend for a family!

We arrived around 5pm and check in starts at 4pm and our room still wasn't ready. We couldn't check in until around 6pm and the front desk apologized but we should have been compensated for this if I checked out late I would be charged it should go both ways not just one way. The room was ok there was still some trash left from previous tenants in one of the drawers. Needless to say even though this is close to silver dollar city we wont be returning back to this hotel. Also bring your own towels if you dare to go down to pool area because most likely they wont have towels there. Also pool was full of kids being allowed to run around and jumping in which is due to parents not caring and thinking of the pool as a babysitter. I gave two stars because it could be worse.

This place is awful, check in was at 3 I had to wait till 6, the bathroom was nasty. Had to go buy cleaner before I gave my child a bath, and there was no towels I asked for extra and got none. There was no tools at the pool asked for some they had none our room smelled really bad

Our stay had multiple problems that may be resolved with future training. This hotel overall was very clean, however an understanding of customer service needs to be a priority training issue. First, I want to give a huge shout out to the asst. Mgr of Housekeeping "Danie"! Before retiring I was a customer service expert and she would have been on my recruiting short list as she has a deep and intuitive understanding of customer service. Her talents would be better served as the hotel General Manager position. Without going into a lot of details about what went wrong with our stay, the front desk clerks and managers seem to be struggling with the computer system. They were vocal about a lot of excuses as to why things took so long. The guest doesnt need to hear about their personal and working problems. We are on vacation! At the end of the day, the mgr Vicky refunded part of our stay, but struggled with how to do it. We had to ask for compensation it was never offered. Our problems were pretty extreme and something that has never happened in all of our travels. A customer service expert would have apologized and ordered to make iit right without spending 15 min sharing all the excuses as to what was going on behind the scenes. The shuttle is very small, so expect a wait if returning from silver dollar city. You will get your best price by calling the hotel direct vs Expedia. The hotel fee was approx $85 a night. Expedia charged us over$100. Again...if they can resolve their customer service problems this would have been a better review. Not fancy, but clean and great for families. On last thought, the pool was over chlorinated. Do not stay on the first floor as the fumes are overwhelming.

We had a mishap with another hotel in town. At the last minute Glen saved the day with two rooms. He was wonderful and so helpful! Breakfast was good, as always. The hotel was full and the breakfast crew needed an extra boost so other staff stepped up and helped. Way to go! Clean rooms, good staff this season, breakfast was good, and it was an excellent stay. Thank you!!

Friday night check in was good very polite lady. Breakfast was standard with eggs, potatoes, sausage links, biscuits n gravy, waffles, etc. same both mornings. Most hotels change up the days. The problem was staff on Saturday couldn't keep up and didn't even act like they cared. Milk carafe was having to be tipped to get more out. Sunday looks like it might flow better. The biggest problem was when we returned from being gone all day and asked for clean towels the guy at the desk was rude and said no more towels till after 8 in the morning the pool had taken all of them. If you offer an indoor pool and your completely booked you would think you would have staff to take care of laundry throughout the day and evening. Room and bathroom was clean, beds were firm, pillows were like every other hotel super soft and flat. The draw to this hotel was the shuttle to Silver Dollar City but it only ran every 2 hours which didn't seem convenient. I would stay here again if needed.

We've stayed here twice in the last couple years and I think it's the best value in town. The hotel is probably 10 minutes away from Branson proper, but is right next door to Silver Dollar City just off of Highway 76. I'll be honest, the outside of the hotel is a little run down and dated, but don't let that put you off because everything else is great. Inside everything is nice and well taken care. It's not the most modern hotel, but they keep things nice. The hotel has a couple large common areas, an arcade, a huge room where they serve breakfast and what appeared to be a conference area (though I've never been in there). The indoor pool is large and in a nice separate area (you can access it without going outside). The areas themselves are average size. Everything was comfortable and well taken care of. All the rooms have a balcony area. We never had any issues with noise. The staff have always been pleasant and helpful. I can not recommend this hotel enough, especially if you are going to be spending your time at Silver Dollar City. Granted, it is a little drive to Branson and nothing other than the Dollar General next door is in walking distance. But still, you can't beat the value for the money.

This hotel is right there in walking distance to everything. Our room was spotless and comfortable. The hotel staff was so helpful especially Rex and Jennifer at the front desk who explained that Branson doesn't really "open" until March. The breakfast was as expected im a pretty breakfast atea. We would definitely stay here again.

Do not work here, very dishonest backfiring management. They don't ever wash the comforters or pillows. They went on their computer system and took over 20+ hours of overtime out of my paycheck. I helped them when their whole staff team quit on them, in the end I get backstabbed. They all preach how much they love God but their true colors are disturbing.

Everyone was quick to make sure our stay was pleasant. Very convenient for Silver Dollar City. They have a pretty good breakfast which satisfied our whole family. There weren't many people in the pool or hot tub, so we enjoyed those every evening. I was impressed with how well staff kept up with the morning breakfast, flood of people. Thank you.

We LOVE and appreciated this hotel. It is our home away from home when we are visiting Silver Dollar City. We have never been disappointed with our stay. We enjoy having a room overlooking the woods. The kids enjoy the pool when we have time. The Breakfast provides a wide variety of items to choose from. You will not leave hungry.

Quick weekend getaway to Silver Dollar City and this is our go to hotel! Shuttle to the front gates of the park, delicious breakfast, and comfy beds and rooms to rest those tired feet! Everything you need to have a super trip with family.

The hotel is overall pretty average. It is so close to Silver Dollar City and has a shuttle, so it's definitely worth the mediocre stay! They ran out of room key cards, pool towels, and room towels. The front desk staffer didn't do anything about it either. There was a wedding reception and it was 2 weeks before Christmas, an extremely busy SDC time and they seemed completely unprepared. Our room shared a wall with the stairwell and it was so NOISY when trying to sleep. The room was hot and did not cool down ever, even with the AC on. If you just need a place to stay while on a trip to SDC, it will do. The bus driver, Dennis, is a real gem. Tip him well and shake his hand.

Remodeled hotel. Extremely close to Silver Dollar City away from the hub-bub of the Music Strip. Good, up scale hot breakfast that is part of the room rate. Clean rooms. Courtesy shuttle to Silver Dollar city drops you right at the entrance-picks you up in the same way. Helpful, friendly staff. Reasonable rates. We will DEFINITIVELY stay here again.

Shuttle was super. Breakfast is a good value. Pricing was reasonable. Hotel and rooms were nicely maintained. I'd go back. Persons selecting may note there aren't nearby restaurants or snack locations.

Awesome place to stay while visiting Branson. Located just off the tourist strip which was nice. Breakfast buffet was top notch with plenty of room and variety of food selection.Only thing lacking was a fitness room. Indoor hot tube was clean and nice to relax in after a long day. I have been using Best Western for a long time. There reward program is also excellent and worth checking out.

We had a wonderful experience with our puppy and children. A great pet friendly stay. Hot breakfast bar is wonderful. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable beds. We will be coming back, covenant to all shops and restaurants.

Being only a few miles from SDC, this place should be renamed SDC HOTEL because they provide round the clock shuttle service to and from the park, and with friendly staff and an awesome breakfast facility you are ready for the day.

This is our third time being there, just for the simple fact it's a clean motel with an awesome view. One time we actually saw deer about 50 feet away from the building. It was great! My family always looks forward to the breakfast and the fact that, that takes care of one meal for the day that we don't have to pay for in Branson.

I've reviewed this hotel a few times before. I loved it and it was my place to stay the 3-4 times per year I go to Branson. We went Nov. 3, 2018 and were really disappointed. First of all, there were ants in our room on the TV dresser and in the bathroom. I told the desk and housekeeping about it. They fixed the TV dresser problem, but we continued to have ants in the bathroom. It's tough sleeping when you keep thinking ants may get into the bed. We took the shuttle to Silver Dollar City, which is one of the main reasons we stay there. The shuttle returning to the hotel was full so another couple and I told the driver we'd wait and he said he'd return. After 45 minutes, I called the hotel and asked if the driver was there. They replied that he was. We said we were still waiting and they sent him back to pick us up. There's a checklist and the driver asks our room # and how many people so s/he can make sure everyone is picked up. I guess that didn't work. This is our first negative experience with this hotel after many stays. I just hope it isn't under new management or that management is starting to cut corners to save money. It's sad because it was a first rate hotel. We've stayed here many times around this time of the year and never had a bug problem. I just hope we didn't bring ants home!

Old place with old faded carpeting. Spend the extra $20 and get a hotel inside Branson, MO itself.I asked for a ground floor room with easy access to parking lot as I don't want to lug my luggages up and down stairs. I got a room on the first floor but to get to it, I had to go down stairs.

We stay here every time we take the family to Branson. Close to Silver Dollar City, big, all year round pool, breakfast included. Just a great value. Staff is always friendly and eager to please. Nothing fancy, but for the price there's nothing better.

We stayed in this hotel because it not in the Branson “hub” area where all the action is. It is outside of town, and quiet. That being said, it was next to silver dollar city, and there was a train whistle periodically. The room had a sliding door out onto a small balcony. The breakfast was terrific. Would stay again.

This location was perfect for our stay, being just outside of Silver Dollar City. The room was comfortable. Everything was clean. The breakfast was probably one of the best breakfasts I've seen in a hotel of this price range. We were very satisfied with everything except the internet. We had no service the entire time, even spending a couple of hours on the phone with tech support with no solution. The desk staff were not concerned when we told them, only stating they would be upgrading their equipment in the future.

This hotel give us a relaxing stay. Staff went above service I have received at other Best Westerns. It was easy to get to any location in Branson. It was quiet. We were on fisrt floor. Our room had a patio door to an inner court yard where there was a picnic table and loungers to use. This hotel had an indoor swimming pool which we did not use. The breakfast room had windows looking out on Mother Nature. The trees were just starting to change color when we stayed.

My husband and I have stayed at the Branson Best Western convention center now 4 * and have recommended it to other family members. Our experience has always been very positive. The rooms are clean, the employees are very courteous and it is nice to have the shuttle to and from Silver Dollar City available. We have 2 sons who have also brought their families to this hotel with their young families and they have been very satisfied with the hotel. They also love the breakfast that is provided in the morning. They both said the food was very good.

This is not the first time of staying at this Best Western. We return to it because of the good service and cleanliness of the rooms. This time when we arrived we were given a room with a king bed and we had reserved a room with 2 queens. The front desk clerk was quick to make the change for us. The breakfast served is good with plenty of variety.

Comfortable beds, friendly personnel and convenient location. Pool, hot tub, and game room were all awesome. The breakfast was fantastic. The best I've had in Branson. Plus a frequent shuttle to SIlver Dollar City. We will definitely be back!

Riding Silver Dollars Rollercoaster with the Grandchildren. Great shuttle to and from Silver Dollar City. If you or a member of your party wants to leave early or stay late, the shuttle is there.Come on Grandpa one more ride.

Great stay with wonderful staff. Close to all facilities and rooms are very clean and spacious. General Manager went out of his way to make our golf trip enjoyable. Ample parking or if not driving local shuttle. On the road to all the concerts.

This hotel is situated in a very quiet area yet out of the hustle and bustle of Branson. Very close to Silver Dollar City and only a couple of miles into Brandon West. 8 miles to Branson. Pretty good breakfast , clean rooms , great beds ( at least the on I slept on). I would recommend this hotel for those whom enjoy the quiet and don't mind a short drive to attractions.

A restful nights stay, booked this place for a family stay mainly for its location. Easy access to & from. Breakfast was fine the first day as it wasn't so busy & plenty to go around. The 2nd morning ran out of food. My only complaint is water pressure! Had a trickle of water for my shower & I mean a little trickle. I'd probably stay again with family due to the pool & all they offer. The grandkids enjoyed it there. Thanks best western

A friend that I have had since sixth grade and I have never been on a road trip together so we decided to go to Branson. I got online and chose this one. I am happy I did! The staff were wonderful and friendly and very helpful , the one day we did not plan anything they gave us numerous ideas on what to do, especially Ivette and Vicky. The room was always very comfortable as were the beds. The breakfast every morning was tasty and there was always coffee available near the front desk. If I ever get back to Branson I will definitely stay again.

Tell you what we had was awesome. Negotiated a deal for eight days. Quiet and clean. Beds could have been better. Cool in room. Breakfast was good, fine variety most days. Great staff. Shuttle to SDC was available did not use, however seemed extremely reliable.

Very nice hotel. We have stayed there many times in years past. It is an older hotel but very comfortable and very well maintained. We will stay there again the next time we come to Branson. The shuttle to the park is a nice extra.

The room had a strong swimming pool smell.The room was damp and the air conditioner did not drain, always heard a dripping sound.Very little water pressure.No hot water, only warm water.Dust ruffle on beds were dirty, stained.After returning from our first day out they failed to properly make the beds, clean the toilet, replace all the towel and get the ones from inside the tub.I told the on-duty desk clerk and they wrote the information about the housekeeping down and told me to tell the manager in the morning when I checked out. I told the person at the front desk the next morning and they said the general manager "may" give me a call.

The 3 of us went to sightsee and go to Silver Dollar City for the unique shops, food & the rides. The Best Western was a very clean hotel, the staff was extremely friendly and eager to help us in any way and the room was clean. The hotel was an average hotel with basic decor and amenities. It had a coffee pot and a small refrigerator in room. In the shower it has 2 dispensers; one w shampoo & the other w conditioner. Bar soap at the sink but no hand lotion in room or at front desk. The breakfast was much more than continental with make-your-own hot waffles, and self-serve biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs & hash browns. Fruits, yogurt, pastries, toast, etc & juices. We all 3 found something (or several things)we liked to eat. I would recommend this hotel as an average place to stay if going to Silver Dollar City. The hotel has a free shuttle to & from SDC. Also, hotel has a swimming pool. Prices are $98/night.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a family suite. 3 adults 2 kids ages 12 and 11. We had a room second floor as I had requested. Liked the walk out deck. The pool nice size. Loved the hot tube. Breakfast was good. Everyone treated us very good at hotel. Very helpful. Kids loved the game room. Was nice to have a General Dollar store next door. Would stay there again.

We were told check in was at 3pm. We arrived at 3:15 and our room was not ready until 5:45. At check in I tried to use the best western gift card I had turned in rewards points for but neither employee working knew how to do it or made any effort to figure it out. The front desk clerk in the morning was able to fix the gift card issue. The room was clean and the breakfast was good (my husband says if they don't bring bacon back that's a deal breaker for him), but the pool water was DIRTY. I couldn't even see the bottom of the pool.

What a nice experience we had at the Best Western and Conference Center. Although the hotel is not new, it has been updated and we found the rooms to be clean, comfortable and a great value. The breakfast was very nice and the indoor pool was nice with extended hours for families on vacation. With the low prices they charge, you can afford to get the kids their own rooms and not be so crowded in one room.

We had spent the first three nights in a less expensive motel in Branson. We were very dissatisfied and started looking for another place to stay. we found Best Western in Branson West and made reservations immediately. It was the best idea ever. Thanks! We had a wonderful four days with your motel.

Nice atmosphere and quite with decent helpful staff. Hotel has made changes over the times that I have spent there, some good and some not so good, but they have addressed any issues and rectified any problem. They continue to improve from my observations.

We stayed three nights here and housekeeping never came by to tidy up the room or provide new towels. We had to go down to the desk to get them everyday. Apparently they have a staffing issue with management and housekeeping or that was what was told to us with the apology. The rooms are definitely in need of updating (paint, decor, curtains) but beds were clean and comfortable. Walls very thin. Thankfully no one was loud next door to us until our last night. Large pool and space with area to sit outside. Breakfast good but only served from 630-930.

We are staying at the hotel till Friday the 6th and we have come back from a day out to our rooms not cleaned we stayed here bc of all the good reviews never again. The hotel has very dirty carpet that the bottom of ur feet turn black and also the workers at the breakfast was sneezing as they put the food out. If I could give them a 0 I would. Housekeeping doesn't do there job at all and they will tell u they will have the room cleaned.i go around and review hotels as my job and this one is not a good one.

I chose this location due to how close it was to Silver Dollar City. When we checked in, our room was on the first floor. It was convenient with a sliding door in the room that made loading and unloading the vehicle extremely easy. Breakfast was wonderful. This is the first hotel I have visited that offered ham for breakfast. The staff are very welcoming. Definitely recommend.

Excellent place to stay for value. It's not fancy, but it is clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. They responded to questions etc in a timely fashion. Great breakfast, tho I would love to see bacon! The shuttle is very nice and much appreciated.

I would have rated this hotel much higher, but for me, there were some big let downs, and they are as follows: 1. They say breakfast is until 0930, which is only partially true. If you don't make it to breakfast by 0900, you may not get everything. At 0900, they turn off the pancake maker, and they stop refilling the milk and juice. There is some sort of beverage available, but it is usually not milk or orange juice. I am under the impression that the manager does not have hospitality experience. I complained to him about the practice of this hotel at breakfast. He told me he would take care of it, yet failed to follow through, or give any feedback. 2. The pool was cloudy the entire stay. Two of the days we were here, the pool was too cold to swim in. 3. The hot tub was a kind of bubble bath, which is ok, but the bubbles had dirt floating all through them. There were some positives, and they are worth noting. They are as follows: 1. If you are going to Silver Dollar City, this hotel is very close. 2. Most of the staff was very friendly. 3. The rooms and public areas were clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job. 4. The breakfast area was clean at all times. 5. The rate is budget friendly. 6.The hotel, while filled with kids, was quiet at night. If a friend asked me if he should stay here, I would say yes. Under different management, this would be a great stay. Unfortunately, the breakfast issue was huge. We are on vacation, and out very late at night. 0900 is a bit early to end breakfast when most of the guests are going to sleep very late.

They run a shuttle to Silver Dollar City which makes it really nice. Room was really clean, beds were comfortable. Bathtubs are a tad small as well as the toilets (very short). The AC doesn't work great. Nice pool area with the exception of people sitting just outside the door smoking and the smoke is drawn inside. Will stay here again on next trip.

My wife and I are big fans of Silver Dollar City, and usually plan our Branson stays around the park. The Best Western Branson Inn And Conference Center has to be one of the most convenient spots to the park, and we booked it for our latest three night stay. It was easy to locate, as it sits just off of Highway 76, past the turn off to Silver Dollar City. For an added convenience, it has a Dollar General location next door in case you forgot something at home. Check in was quick and convenient, though they had my reservation under a different person with the same name (?). We were assigned room #110 on the bottom floor. It had two bed instead of our requested King, but that still worked fine for us. The property was clean and nicely decorated. Our room opened onto a patio right across from the indoor pool, though it was too hot outside to use it. We had plenty of towels, and the room was cleaned on a timely basis daily. The one problem with the room was the noise made by the A/C unit. It had a wide variety of noises, and would occasionally make a loud "bump" sound as it cycled. It did cool well and we got used to the noise eventually. There was abundant hot water as well every time we showered. The hotel pool was very large and enclosed in a covered structure with windows on three sides. There building looked pretty old, but the pool was clean and a nice cool temperature, which was great considering the heat outside was approaching 100 degrees. There was also a large elevated hot tub, though we never got to use it during our stay. The pool was not crowded when we used it. The property does run a shuttle to Silver Dollar City, which we considered a major selling point as we chose this location. As it turned out, the shuttle did not seat very many guests, and the wait was a little longer than we preferred to wait. After the first day, we imply drove our vehicle to the park, which was quicker though not as convenient. If you are not trying to get to the park at the open, I would imagine it would be a lot better wait. The feature we found most enjoyable with this property was the free daily breakfast. It was a very busy room, but we always found a table, and usually were able to sit near a window and enjoy the wooded views. The were eggs, a meat selection, and biscuits and gravy every morning, along with 3-4 waffle / pancake stations for guest use. There was also cereals, pastries and fruit, and along with a good selection of beverages. The folks taking care of the spread were very hard working, polite, and visible. I thought it was one of the best set-ups I have seen, and it added a lot of value to the stay in our opinion. The property does show its age, and the appearance is not pristine in a lot of ways. The staff is great, and the rooms (though older) are clean and comfortable from our perspective. We enjoyed the stay overall, and would stay here again. Note - it is a good distance from town, but we still felt like it took less time to get to many attractions than driving down 76 in town at peak traffic times.

The best thing about this motel is that it is very close to Silver Dollar City. A complimentary shuttle service is provided. The next best part is the really extensive complimentary breakfast in a large, attractive breakfast room. This is, however, an older property and doesn't appear to have been updated in a while. Carpets throughout are in need of replacement. This is a large motel with very long hallways. The hallways are not air conditioned and were quite hot and humid when we were there. Our room was very dark. It had very few lights, and the light bulbs were not bright. That being said, our room was clean, staff were friendly, and it seemed to be a very safe property. Overall, it met our needs.

Overall a good experience. Very close to Silver Dollar City and had a bus available to take us there. Lots of drop off and pick up times to meet your needs. Hotel was clean and met our needs. Will definately stay here again our next visit to Silver Dollar City.

I was very underwhelmed with this hotel. The air conditioning never truly got cold, even after running at 63 and on full blast the whole 3 days.the carpets were dirty and sticky. The room felt damp the whole stay. The breakfast was very good and the dining room was very clean and spacious.

each and every time my family has stayed in Best Western, it has been great. any thing you ask for they try there best to help. Breakfast is fresh, and hot. the pool was clean and hot tube was clean and just the right temp.

This was our first stay at a Best Western hotel and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. The full breakfast buffet was very good and they made sure you never ran out of food. My husband is a big coffee drinker and this hotel had a coffe bar right down the hall with hot coffee 24/7, all free! We didn't get a chance to use the indoor pool, but was very inviting. We will definalty be back!

We have stayed her several times. Hotel is starting to appear dated, but was clean. Beds were comfy. Pool is indoor and had a heavy chlorine smell and humidity level was so high it was almost foggy in pool area. Value was good, especially considering the nice breakfast each morning that was complimentary. Free shuttle will take you back and forth to Silver Dollar City, which is only a mile or two away.

We had a first floor unit facing the parking lot at end of hotel furthest from road. We were there 3 nights and the same label was on our tub when we left that was there when we first came. Only replaced some of our towels everyday and had to ask for more cups. The halls were gritty feeling and so was the room carpet. The pool had a really strong chlorine smell yet was so cloudy you couldn't see 18 inches down. It's not rocket science to keep a pool clear and the pool area was dingy. Didn't want the kids in the water after they tried it the first night.

This hotel is convenient for me while visiting family. Yes it is a little worn but I found it clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with make your own waffles, hot and cold cereal, toast varieties. Fruit and yogurt. The best hotel buffet scrambled eggs and sausage. Also biscuits and gravy. Same food 2 days in a row but there is a variety in the daily offering. Staff kept hot food coming. The pool is inside which makes it usable in bad weather however it was very hot in the room. The towels were not well stocked and most people had to wait. Small wading pool for young children and appreciated the jacuzzi was adult only. Hotel was full of families, most going to Silver Dollar City. A Dollar General is next door.

My daughter and I recently took my grandson to Silver Dollar City and we stayed at Best Western due to its location. It was just perfect. It took about 5 minutes to get to Silver Dollar City. The hotel was clean and welcoming. The staff answered all our questions. We booked a King Suite and it was very nice. While the hotel may look a little worn in the lobby and hallways, our room was great. We had a balcony, a living room complete with a microwave, refrigerator and a separate bedroom. The bathroom was large and had a jacuzzi tub. They also have a shuttle that will take and pick you up if you want to use their service to Silver Dollar City.

We got to our room 303 and everything was fine. Until my husband pulled the curtain to and the curtain looked like it was dry rotted. Daylight was shining through it in certain spots. Only updates I seen was the tv & bathroom updated. The bed I was sleeping in had a sunken spot like the mattress has been there for over 10 years. I had to swap beds with my son because I have back problems. The other bed wasn't much better. It felt like I was sleeping on a board. The AC wasn't blowing very cold. We left to go do family activities and came back to a note written by the house cleaning person that said sorry for the inconvenience but we are currently out of wash cloths. I don't know how they expected us to take a shower without wash cloths. We found a room downtown at another best western and we left. The rooms are better there. The beds were comfortable and we had all the wash cloths and towels we needed each night. The AC was blowing cold air. And the curtains didn't have holes in it.

This hotel has the distinction of being the closest one to silver Dollar City it is a very short distance from the park and has a shuttle that goes back and forth from the park multiple times a day. The rooms are clean and the AC works great in the 100+ degree heat. Pool is very crowded at night with the many families that are staying to go to the park during the day. Has a great breakfast with a large buffet that is included in your room price. Was a good stay glad we found it.

We stayed here on a Silver Dollar City trip four years ago with our daupghter. We chose it for it's close proximity to SDC, their free shuttle to SDC, free breakfast, and pool. It was wonderful four years ago. This trip, however, was a totally different story. We brought both the kids and stayed four nights, Monday through Thursday nights. We first noticed how 'well used' the room looked. There was only ever one person working at the front desk. When I called the first night to order a wake up call for the next morning, I didn't get anyone to answer until after the fourth call. At most hotels, you can set up wake up calls through the phone system. This was frustrating. Breakfast was fairly good the first morning, though the sausage is literally like eating encased sawdust. But, after the exact same breakfast for three mornings in a row, we opted for stopping on our way out of town to get breakfast elsewhere on Thursday. On Wednesday, not only was the breakfast room steaming hot, they told us they ran out of waffle batter and a few other of the breakfast items, even though it was only 9 and breakfast is served until 9:30. Though they replenished the towels we utilized daily, they did not replenish any of the wash cloths. My husband went to the desk and asked for wash cloths and 2 pillows and was told they had none. He explained to her we had no wash cloths and needed at least one. She came back with two, one of them being black in color. How can a motel not have surplus supplies? We decided to go swimming one evening. There were no swim towels on the shelf when we got there. My husband called the front desk and was told that they would bring some down shortly. An hour later, I called again and was told one of the maintenance men would bring them down shortly. They never came. We were being held captive at the pool! As a side note, the pool was not clean. Once in the water, you could not see the lower half of your body. We have experience with pools and this pool is not kept up chemically or cleaned appropriately. We did not go back to the pool again. As we had no towels to dry off, we walked to the front desk, dripping wet. We did not want to use our bath towels as we would not have towels for showers (remember, they have no surplus). She told us there were no towels. I said we wanted to shower and go to bed, we needed towels. I asked where the towels were that were supposed to have been taken to the pool area. She disappeared to the back and miraculously came back with clean BATH towels. When we checked out Thursday morning, there was only one person working the front desk. There was a man in front of me having problems with his Best Western account. This took a a while. I ascertained from the conversation that this desk person was new. When she got to me, I gave her our room keys and she asked for our room number. That's what I waited all that time in line for. Again, most hotels today either have a box to put your room keys in, or you can leave them in your room. I think this hotel needs to update their facilities, change up their breakfast menu, update their practices, and become modernized. Until these things happen, we will not be staying here again.

Although there were many good things about this hotel (breakfast, shuttle, location, game room, pool), avoid the first floor. The humidity in those rooms is horrible! We were placed in one room, our pills became sticky and moist, our clothing and items in our suitcase became damp from just being in the room, even with the air cranked. After complaining we were moved, but to another room on the first floor..although it was further from the pool. First night seemed okay, but then the humidity hit again. We had paper items that were damp and ruined. We had a box of candy where the outer box expanded with moisture and the candy inside was wet and dissolving ??. If you choose to go to this hotel, I would not recommend the first floor!

Excellent hotel for the price. The accommodation was clean, fresh and had plenty of amenities. There was laundry, an excellent breakfast included, pool and hot tub. No hotel in West Branson is more convenient to Silver Dollar City and the hotel also has a shuttle available. There's also a Dollar Store conveniently located next door in walking distance in case you forget something on your trip.

We stay at this hotel every time we come to Branson (3-4 times a year). The staff, while maybe a little short handed for this time of year, busted their rumps to provide for their clients. (Seems to be a bit of an issue all around town with finding help... signs for Help Wanted were all over) We were happy with our stay and the hotel was booked up and the parking lot full every night of our stay. You can't beat their breakfast buffet, best in the business! The shuttle to SDC saves a lot of time and $$ for parking. We will be back!

We had to make a last minute reservation and it was made very easy. The room was clean and easy to get to. The bathroom was very clean as well. We were right by the pool. The room was also very spacious.

We stayed here when we went to Silver Dollar City and it was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. They offer shuttle service to SDC which is nice. The breakfast was amazing and better than a normal continental breakfast they has buffet bars set up with good food! Biscuita and gravy, eggs, waffle bar and more. The pool and hot tub were very nice and relaxing and the game room was super fun! Our rooms were clean and comfortable and very nice. We had a great time and got a great deal on the room. We would definitely stay here again!

Came here on a moments notice for SDC. Clean hotel, pool was extremely chlorinated, couldnt see feet in pool. Breakfast was typical branson breakfast. Beds were extremely firm, maybe to firm, but all in all not bad.

Great location next to Silver Dollar City with a shuttle service offered to/from the park. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. This is an older hotel showing its age and in sore need of renovation. The hot breakfast was good but repetitive for anyone staying for multiple nights. The room was hot and muggy. The window air conditioner was not up to the task. Advertised with wi-fi but for the entire 7 day stay the wi-fi in our room would not connect and remained unavailable. We were told to call the help desk at a phone number given to us. Neither the help desk nor the front desk could help us. This was very off-putting since as guests we should not have been made to troubleshoot the resolution to an internal problem. The wi-fi worked perfectly for our devices in the main lobby but not in nor near our room. Overall, convenient with great staff on duty but nevertheless a disappointing experience not meeting our usual good experience at Best Western properties.

Comfortable and clean well kept the staff was very friendly. The shuttle was great, did not need to get in a hot car at the end of the day. A lot of seating in the breakfast area, some places you have to wait for a table.

This Best Western offers a super convenient shuttle service to and from Silver Dollar City. There were several great options for the free breakfast which is served in a nice large room. The staff is super friendly and helpful, very accommodating. The Inn is in a great location just minutes from Branson attractions. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I have 0 complaints and will definitely return.

Away from the traffic on the Strip. Clean comfortable room. Quality breakfast options. Pool was a bit cloudy. Shuttle to/from SDC was well worth it. Wasn't impressed with exterior access points being unsecured at night.

Hotel is within 1 mile of Silver Dollar City, and the hotel offers shuttle service to the park. Also, the hotel is next to a Dollar General store. The hotel is quiet and has balcony rooms on 2nd and 3rd floors. The breakfast bar has eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, biscuits, gravy, waffles, cereals, muffins, toast, etc. We have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and like that it is close to silver dollar city and out of the crowded areas. The staff is friendly and check in was efficient however check your charges because they were going to charge me a higher rate than what I had confirmed .The rooms are clean. However the hotel is looking “well used”. We went down for breakfast at 8:30 and they were already out of a number of items and not intending on replacing them which I find curious since they surely know how many people are registered that will be eating . Also our room was not made up by 2pm and when I inquired I was told that they couldn't get to it until they did the rooms that were checked out. Sorry, but maybe you should start earlier in the day!

Extremely convenient location if you plan to visit Silver Dollar City. The Hotel Van transportation is great. Friendly staff. Breakfast Bar is sometimes very good and other times not quite as good. Each time we interact with the person preparing and serving. I think a great deal of the success rating of breakfast depends on the food preperation and serving staff's attitude, behavior and ability to work a fast paced, stressful, mass quantity project.

Located just around the corner from Silver Dollar City at the edge of West Branson, MO. I would highly recommend this Best Western to anyone looking for clean, friendly place to stay. The breakfast buffet is great and pool is as well.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the mornings was great, and the shuttle to Silver Dollar City was a nice feature to use and avoid the long parking lot walks. Only thing that could use an update is the carpet throughout the hotel. Would stay again, especially if spending a day or two at SDC as it's only a 1/2 mile down the road.

The breakfast was delicious, the game room was awesome and the pool was huge and relaxing! I definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Also, I am always hot so when I saw the a/c unit I got nervous. However, it did it's job and I was comfortable the entire time.

Incorrect Room upon check in. That delayed us a bit. But once we got to our suite, it was very nice. My confirmation said one thing and her information said something else. I am not sure where the issue laid but it was taken care of. Would probably book here again....but if the room was incorrect again, probably never again.

When we go to Branson, we usually stay at this hotel. We love the shuttle to Silver Dollar City and the staff of the hotel always makes us feel special. The breakfast is great. They have bagged ice for coolers so customers do not use all of the ice in the ice machines.

hotel location was great to visit SDC they had free shuttle to the park which is only a mile or two away. It is located on west side of turnoff for SDC which has little traffic going east. Room was very clean and roomy. Carpet in the hall is worn but was clean. Internet was poor maybe someone was streaming video or something. TV volume was limited which could be a good thing. Breakfast was as good as I gets with man hot items and dedicated staff to keep everything as it should be. Staff was very friendly and professional. Will stay there again.

Right up from silver dollar city, great breakfast, very nice pool and hot tub, has just what we needed to make it a great vacation. We will definitely be back the next time we go to sdc or Branson. Trip included 8year old up to a 75 year old. Something for everyone.

The staff here have been awesome, front desk (Seth), ground staff, and housekeeping. They have been great with costomer service. The rooms are clean without a chemical smell. This room had a mini-fridge, and microwave. The veiw from my room was of trees. My wife was very happy with our stay. As long as she is happy... I am as well. I want to also thank the young man working the breakfast buffet... He treated each person/guest as if we were the only one he was serving. (4/28/18) Included with the comfort of our room: they have a full buffet breakfast (FULL)! They have a shuttle that runs to Silver Dollar City and the host at check in explains the pick up times. I guess what I am trying to say... Those of us in customer service could learn some things from their staff. Thank you... We will definitely be back!

This hotel is everything and beyond, located right next to Silver Dollar City and just minutes out side of Branson strip yet still has that outdoors/woods feel. The pool and game room are perfect when you kids and breakfast room was beautiful in the morning as well as great food with many options. We will most likely be coming back for many years!

This hotel super close to Silver Dollar City, I don't think you can get any closer, so close in fact that you could walk but why would you because they also provide a shuttle bus that will take you there and pick you up free of charge. All of the staff that we encountered on this trip were absolutely amazing friendly, outgoing, overly helpful, and always smiling. The driver that took us to Silver Dollar City was awesome, a very friendly man. The pool is indoors and the area was very clean. There was always an abundance of towels for your use in the pool room. Also the pool is open until 11:30pm and that's a bonus if you have kids you want to wear out. The complimentary breakfast is pretty darn amazing. You have your choice of pretty much anything you would like. The hotel itself is clean. We are very glad that we gave this place a chance and we intend to stay here every year when we visit. Great Job Best Western !

Nice hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was excellent and the staff was extremely helpful. Had a problem with our reservation which was quickly corrected by the hotel staff. Great value for the price. Will stay there again the next time we go to Branson.

Got in around 2am, took a hot shower and fell asleep fast in the comfy king bed. Set the thermostat at 68 degrees and closed the curtain at daybreak. Went back to sleep until 10am. But breakfast is only served until 9am

Oh man, they don't make them like they used to. This is a little resort with character and modern comfort. Awesome, way above-average pool and breakfast. There's a huge indoor pool of which about half is quite shallow (great for kids!). Also a little wading pool and a nice big hot tub, all surrounded by glass sliding doors with a view of the surrounding woods. The breakfast is a bit nicer and healthier than average and in a large dining room with two walls of windows sharing that view of the woods. The rooms also have sliding windows to private balconies. And of course it's a two-minute drive (without traffic) from Silver Dollar City theme park (with the sliding door open you can hear the whistle of the steam locomotive). The hotel provides a shuttle to and from a few times per day but we haven't used it. Wifi has been updated and is even faster than mine at home or work. Rooms have mini fridge, microwave, USB charging ports.

Nice rooms and a good breakfast. Hotels right next door to Silver Dollar City and has a shuttle bus going to the park. Easy access to downtown from the hotel. When we go back to Branson we will stay in the same Hotel.

Nice place to stay if SDC is your main reason for going to Branson. The rooms were clean and beds were good for the weekend. You can tell it is older with a recent remodel. The pool area was nice and great for kiddos to let out energy. Breakfast was about average it was the same items each morning (sausage links, eggs, biscuits and cereals). Would stay there again for a weekend trip.

I have used this hotel several times and as usual everything was excellent. I would highly recommend this for anyone who is in the area. It is super close to Silver Dollar City and has shuttle accommodations for going to enjoy the park. It is close enough to the city to enjoy all the fun. The staff is always so pleasant to work with.

We stayed here on a little family get away. Just wanted to hang out in Branson and relax. This BW location is great. We booked here based on reviews that we read online. I know that there's always negative reviews and positive reviews, etc. All I can do is rate the place on our personal experience. So, the staff have all been awesome. They have all been kind and helpful. Our room is very comfortable, from the size of the room to the beds. Our room is very clean. The breakfast is what has become the typical continental breakfast. So, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, oatmeal, fruit, muffins, a waffle maker, milk, juice, and coffee. The breakfast room is large and comfortable with ample seating (seats about 90 folks). The indoor pool and hot tub are nice and in great condition. They also have a really nice game room. Okay, this is not a five star resort, but it is an honestly comfortable hotel that any normal family can enjoy and relax in. The cost is great. Our five night stay here is less than two nights at the Chateau. And, we are literally right around the corner from Silver Dollar City. So, if you are the high maintenance type, please just go to the Chateau and spend the big bucks to brag to your friends at the country club about how you treated the help, but, if you are just a normal family wanting to relax and enjoy vacation with your family, I highly recommend this Best Western location.

Practically next door to silver dollar city. The staff was extremely friendly and went to all extremes to make sure I had a comfortable stay. Gave directions. Gave local advice. A true top notch hotel. Provides shuttle service to the park and pickup at no cost.

We had stayed here a few years ago and chose this place again because you can not beat it. Hotel is clean, very good beds, great pricing and close to SDC. Haven't used it yet but the indoor pool is huge. I can't say enough good things about this place. We will definitely return multiple times.

Check in time is 3pm room was not ready until 6pm. Hair was found on the sheets and nightstand. Hair was found on towels when kids used it to dry off. Breakfast is serve from 6:30am til 9:30am which it should be a little longer on weekends people do not always get up that early on the weekend.

I was hesitant about staying here but now I want to stay here each time we come down. Came for spring break so the place was busy and full of loud kids... but not holding that against the hotel at all. The rooms are dated, oh well... the beds and pillows super comfy. Better yet was that each room has a balcony... and ours faced the woods so we got to watch deer show up and feed in the mornings... and yes you can smoke on the balcony. There is a large warm pool and working hot tub and game room with pool table, ski ball, air hockey and more . They offer free, reliable, timely transportation to and from silver dollar city... a huge plus! Walk out of park and there they are! Even drop you off at the most convenient door for your room. Oh and free yummy breakfast with eggs, sausage, too much to name. Only complaints are about the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub... but since they just opened for the season I give them a pass as they are short staffed and sold out. Something a visit from a professional pool chemist could fix quickly. Will stay here from now on.

This is the best place we have ever stayed at in Branson! The pool is huge and ready for family fun! If you are going to silver dollar city you can shuttle straight to the front door of Silver Dollar City and then back to the hotel at the end of the day! No searching for a parking spot or remembering where you parked! The breakfast is fantastic with lots of options and is very large with lots of room! The rooms are very clean and taken care of! They make everyone feel right at home and are so nice to everyone! We will be back very soon!

Great kid location. Close to Indian Point and Silver Dollar City. Large inside pool and a good breakfast. Friendly staff and clean rooms, not fancy. Out of the heavy traffic of Branson. If you know the routes you can get anywhere in the area fast from here.

I did A LOT of research for hotels for our trip to Branson. I kept coming back to this hotel because of the price and the location. It is up in the mountains but only about 7 minutes from the Branson strip. I am so glad I did. We arrived one day early and somehow they fit us in (THANK YOU!) This hotel is only 1 minute from Silver Dollar City and they have a shuttle that takes you there at certain times. We did not go to the theme park but we most definetly will when we come back. The rooms were very clean and nice! The breakfast was WONDERFUL!! The hotel staff was very welcoming. The indoor pool was surprisingly big with a Jacuzzi to the side. They also had an arcade room for the kids. This is a great place to get away from the crowds of Branson but still be close. Our deck overlooked the woods which I loved. This will be our hotel of choice every time we come back to Branson. I highly recommend this hotel!

I was quite surprised when my brother and his friends booked rooms here when stopping through for work. I immediately called them after they checked into their rooms. This hotel has not been reputable in the past -thus my concern. Imagine my peace when all four travelers were content with their rooms! Clean rooms with good service and plentiful breakfast. This hotel is close to SDC and is a rare find on this side of Branson West Will use this hotel again if guests pass through.

This was a great little find that is about as close as possible to get to Silver Dollar City. It's a bit of an older hotel, but has been very well maintained with updates that make it still comfortable and inviting. It was also quite clean and with comfortable and fresh bedding, towels, etc. The front desk and breakfast room staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. A well-appointed hot breakfast buffet is included in the reasonable price for your room. There really was a broad selection of food choices, and everything was kept full even when the (large) room was filled with people one morning. The two nights we stayed, the temperatures were in single digits. Each room has a window unit a/c-heater. Ours struggled to keep up the first night. Not freezing, but cooler than desired. We mentioned it to the front desk in the morning as we were leaving for Silver Dollar City. They said that those older units can have a hard time with this cold, and might just have to move us to a different room, but they would look at it. Either they fixed it, or the unit finally caught up, because when we returned that evening the room had warmed up to a normal, comfortable temperature and stayed there all night. They offer shuttles to and from Silver Dollar City (which is less than a mile walk to the front gate if the weather is nice) on a regular schedule. You are provided the schedule, which is about every hour, except that the last two in the Christmas season are 6:30 pm and 8:30 pm. It only takes three minutes to get there or back. I think some other reviews might have complained about the shuttle; but really, just be there five minutes early and realize they aren't going to sit around on the chance that someone decides to come late.

This hotel is just right for us. We have two kids and the purpose of the trip was to go to Silver Dollar City for a couple of days. The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was hot and they had a big breakfast each morning. The hotel staff were very courteous and friendly. The shuttle to Silver Dollar City was extremely valuable as we didn't have to drive there in the freezing weather. For a family hotel under $100 a night one of the better experiences I have had. Definitely would stay again and recommend for trips to Silver Dollar City.

We stayed 4 nights. Free breakfast, free shuttle to Silver Dollar City, indoor pool and a game room. The room was clean. The front desk staff were pleasant. Hot Tub didn't work right. I would stay there again.

During our stay we visited Silver Dollar City. This BW is THE best place to stay if you're going to SDC... do I hear SHUTTLE!? The cars were lined up for 45 minutes just getting to the closest parking lot. Then the sign reads, "All Lots Full". Where are they going to park? Not a problem! We zipped up to the front door and enjoyed our adventure for the day. No parking hassles made our visit even more enjoyable.

This motel is conveniently located near Silver Dollar City. It was recently revamped. The rooms are clean and well attended to. They serve a wide variety of food for breakfast. The indoor pool is great for guests who visit during the holidays.

We love this hotel! From the very nice rooms, the great swimming pool, yummy breakfast, shuttle to SDC and friendly staff this is our go to hotel when we go to Branson. We went on a quick 36 hour trip to enjoy the Christmas season at SDC and the hotel is a constant that allows for us to enjoy our fast trips because they are always exactly what we need.

I stayed here in December with my granddaughter. We enjoyed the shuttle to Silver Dollar City because traffic is a nightmare this time of year at the park. The hotel was very clean and all the staff with the exception of the woman behind the desk when I checked in was very nice and went out of their way to say hello. Breakfast buffet was very good and had a lot of choices. I definitely recommend this hotel for families visiting the area.

Stayed here because of recommendation from a friend. Found this place is a good place to stay for a vacation to Branson. Good hot breakfast, free shuttle to Silver Dollar City, pool (which we didn't use but several people were), bed was comfortable, room and bathroom was clean, nice people at the front desk. Price was decent. Bed was very good. Located close to Silver Dollar City.

The shuttle is perfect for SDC! Breakfast is not like any other.....huge area and lots of variety. Pool area, Kiddie Pool and hot tub are all great. I really like that I don't have to deal with any crazy traffic going to and from the hotel :)

We always enjoy staying at this Best Western. It is beautifully decorated in the lobby and rooms. The king suite is very nice and spacious. We did not use the pool or breakfast this visit but when we do, they are always excellent. It is the closest hotel to Silver Dollar City that has all of the amenities we like. The only thing missing is a fitness center, but there are plenty of hills to walk around the hotel.

We stayed here for our Silver Dollar City Trip with our family including 5 children. It was fabulous! The service was great, the rooms were quiet, especially facing the woods, the beds were comfortable and the shuttle was the best part! No waiting for an open air SDC shuttle or walking to the parking lot and the drivers were so kind. The generous-sized breakfast area had a wonderful variety of food from cereal to eggs, biscuits and sausage, waffles, fresh fruit, muffins, yogurt and more. You will not be disappointed with this hotel so convenient to SDC!

Best thing about this hotel is the shuttle service to SDC - rooms could use a little updating as well as heating units - there are no restaurants close by and price is a little on the high side - didn't have complimentary breakfast so I don't know if it's any good.

My family of four (husband, two boys 7 and 3, and me) stayed here for Fall Break, Friday through Sunday. It was very affordable, clean, close to Silver Dollar City, and had everything we needed. The room was clean and included a refrigerator and microwave, which was very nice to have with small children. We stayed on the ground floor and my boys were able to play right outside our room! The kids also really enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was nothing fancy, but had something everyone would eat and they have plenty of tables and keep the food fresh. The only negative is that there was only one person working the front desk during our stay, which made it basically impossible to ask any questions (but I found the info I needed, so all's well that ends well). We will be back for sure.

We had several rooms, king suites and double queens. Fairly easy check in, nice desk personnel,breakfast stayed stocked even when super busy. was concerned when we pulled up, exterior older. Rooms were very comfortable, slept very well.However, we went to 10am Dixie Stampede, returned to room to get ready for Silver Dollar City, had purse stashed under bags and blankets in closet. stack was gone thru. nothing was missing, (that i could find yet) but upon packing I realized my Chi Hair Iron was missing. Reported to front desk upon check out. Shuttle guy was very nice.

There were pros and cons to this hotel. The pros were that it is close to Silver Dollar City and there is a free shuttle. The cons were a tub that barely drained and a hotel room that looked like it could use some freshening up which will probably happen during the time they are closed for the year.

The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, and breakfast was one of the best I have had at a hotel. The indoor pool was nice. Loved having the convenience of the shuttle service to Silver Dollar City during Christmas!

This hotel caters to Silver Dollar City guests. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, look elsewhere. The rush of families coming back at 10:00 is loud and the kids are amped up. I was there 2 nights and could hear every door slam, patio sliding door open/close and kids running in the halls until midnight each night. Also, there were pets allowed in the hotel and a dog was barking. It's a nice hotel, but the number of guests leads to a loud environment.

We stayed here because of its close proximity to Silver Dollar City, approx. 1 mile. The hotel offers a free shuttle to and from SDC that runs on a convenient schedule. Check in was quick and easy, the front desk person very friendly and helpful. Our room, 134, was clean and comfortable. The furnishings were updated. We had a small, semi-private patio that overlooked a small wooded clearing. Breakfast was the typical hotel type: fake scrambled eggs (actually better than most), sausage, biscuits and gravy. The selections were plentiful and plenty of seating. The rooms are set back a decent distance from the highway so noise isn't really a factor. Considering how close this hotel is to SDC, the rates are very cheap, approx. $90 for a double. The only drawback is they don't have a fitness center. I will definitely stay here if I ever revisit the area.

We have stayed at this hotel several times for a conference always enjoy my stay I really enjoyed the hot tub and pool this visit they have updated this area and in very nice. The staff in the breakfast work hard they kept the breakfast stocked with fresh food and was very helpful when i wanted a cup of ice for my drink.

This hotel was great overall. We loved being so close to sdc. There is a free shuttle that takes you there which was a HUGE plus. Breakfast was free and there were several choices of things to eat. Rooms were fairly nice and we had everything we needed. The rates were very affordable! I'd stay there again and recommend it to anyone during their stay in Branson.

Three 60+ year old ladies in town for the Christmas lights at Silver Dollar City. We chose this hotel because of the shuttle service to and from the Park. We were very satisfied with the shuttle, and also the breakfast provided. We did not use the pool facilities. This hotel isn't fancy, but it was very clean, and the staff was great. The rooms are a little worn, the heater was noisy, and the mattresses weren't the best. But the shuttle driver added a couple extra trips to the park to accomodate us, and we were able to buy our park passes at the front desk, which saved us time standing in line at the park. We were satisfied with the hotel and recommend it especially if you're headed for Silver Dollar City!

Older hotel, but well kept and fairly well updated. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable - A very helpful staff. Huge breakfast room w/above average meal. Breakfast hour was packed with bus tour visitors-all enjoying their stay it seemed.

We frequent Branson to use our Silver Dollar City season passes, so we have stayed in various hotels on both sides of town. This was by far my favorite hotel due to its proximity to SDC and its prompt and helpful shuttle service. With three kids under the age of 10, my crew loved the pool, and the free breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Having a special needs child, I sometimes have to make an unexpected trip back to the hotel from the park, but our shuttle driver was so kind to take us back between the regular scheduled ride times. That was extremely gracious and I? was really grateful. The staff was kind, our room was clean, beds were comfortable and we were able to park relatively close to our room. As a single mom, I? felt safe and comfortable with the parking and the accommodations. My only (mild) complaint was no pool towels left (it was 8:30pm) and none of the toilets seem to flush completely. Not a big deal, just strange. I? would recommend this destination for a family wanting to get the most out of their time at SDC. Great place, I've already booked our stay for next time!

This is the best place to stay when you want to go to Silver Dollar City in Branson. It is so easy to be shuttled there from the motel and not need to deal with the traffic and parking. The breakfast is second to none and the pool very nice. The third floor meeting room was nice for our family to meet and talk too.

We have stayed at this hotel a dozen times, never disappointed. The included breakfast is wonderful and not having to leave the hotel is perfect . The beds are the best, so comfortable and front desk very helpful.

This was our 2nd stay at the hotel this year. First and foremost our room was perfect. We had a few issues last time being on the first floor. I know that much can't be done about it but it does get rather warm in the rooms during the summer because of the parking lot and humid due to the pool. The being able to load and unload your vehicle so easily is really nice though. However we were on the 2nd floor this time and it was perfect and we loved the view of the woods with the fall colors. Due to happenings in the past I'm nervous about hotel rooms no matter what brand or location and have gotten past that with this hotel. I feel comfortable right from the start. The only reason for not calling it perfect is because of comments from my husband. He felt the bed could have more cushion and that's a picky thing for him because he has a bad back and though we understand why it's used he felt the water softener made him feel soapy even when he wasn't. We were very glad to get to enjoy the pool this time around and had a great time in it after a day at SDC. It was perfectly clear this time and we all enjoyed it as a great way to unwind. I personally think the pool could be a tad warmer but I run cold so that may just be me and a fee minutes in the hot tub fixed me tight up. There were no towels at the pool so it was a small inconvenience to have to go get some but the front desk got us some no problem and we understand as it was around 10 at night . Very grateful for the nearby bathrooms due to having a 4 year old and love the design of the pool with the ramped sides for helping him be able to enjoy it. The onlysort of disappointment I had was at breakfast. What was there was Good, full, displayed well, but after a prior experience it's hard not to compare. My beloved waffled pamcake maker was gone:( That was something I had never seen before and though simple I'm always excited to see something new. I had told our neighbors about it and commented about it in my past review. I'm normally not a big pancake person but that gave them texture I loved and had planned on them for breakfast so I was a bit heartbroken when I saw the machine was gone. I even asked one of the attendants about it and she didn't seem to know. Though the waffles were good this was just another aspect I thought of as unique to your hotel experience just as much as being able to hear the SDC train, the bus to the park, and the indoor pool and game room. Mentioning the waffles I appreciate they had been refilled and it's another thing you dont usually see but the strawberries to top them with were still frozen. I didn't mind so much it didn't take long to thaw but my son wanted a couple and he had a hard time. Just as their were sausage links instead of patties this time and peaches instead of applesauce I assume what you serve gets rotated some but I also really missed the mini omelets asnthere were scrambled eggs this time. They were delicious! I love the obvious care and concern put into the look and little extras of the lobby like the games and decor and treats like taffy or this time there was fudge and brittle to buy. I feel like this place probably get overlooked some because it doesn't look as nice from the outside as it is inside but I promise you won't be disappointed. We love this hotel and I see us using it alot in the future from the staff to the rooms to the amenities and location you really cant ask for much more.

A friend visiting from NY and I went to Branson since she had never been there. I had accumulated enough Best Western points for a free room and we were very pleased with this site. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was quite adequate. The staff was very friendly and professional. This hotel is in a great location. We are walkers, so we have no problem leaving the car in the parking lot and taking off on foot.

We have stayed here many times and is a little out of the way for us this time because we didn't go to silver dollar city but the previous visit the hotel was great. Started bad for us got there a little early and couldn't check in, told the lady we just wanted to pay and could get the key later like we have done a dozen time before at this hotel but she said NO. First red flag so we came back an hour later after fighting the terrible traffic and checked in. Second red flag when we came back after the first night the room floors weren't cleaned at all, trash was laying around and the sink and shower in the bathroom wasn't cleaned because there was still hair in it. The bathroom floor was dirty as well. My question was what else was skipped when attempted cleaning? Went right to the front desk and told the lady, she just shook her head and said I will write it down. Wow a lot of help that was. When we checked out we also the the man at the front desk and he didn't even respond to the comment, he was like a robot. We were very calm and didn't raise our voice. Third red flag was when we took our little grandson down to the pool the first morning well no towels to dry off with. This hotel service in my opinion has gone way down hill and there are to many other places to stay in Branson to put up with this kind of service and attitude. They make plenty of money so seems like they don't care anymore. I sure the management will say sorry to make it better and continue with the same terrible housecleaning. Guest BEWARE!

Enjoyed the pool and hot tub at night and the complete breakfast in the morning. Room was clean and quiet as well. Although we didn't interact much with staff, the lady at the front was helpful as was the man keeping the breakfast room going.

A nice clean room with very friendly staff near Silver Dollar City. Basic breakfast is included in the room price. Location is very near Silver Dollar City. The room and hotel is very clean and well kept.

This is one of the best hotels in Branson area especially for going to SDC. Huge indoor pool for kids plus game room. Connecting rooms for grandkids was a huge plus. It isn't on the “strip”, but all the better in the wooded area, and NO traffic. Restaurants down the road a couple miles. We will be back!

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past year. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The breakfast which is included with room is hot and good and plentiful. The location is a little off the beaten path, but really close and easy access to all the Branson attractions. The rooms are a little outdated, but clean and cozy with a deck/balcony and really nice courtyard....kind of woodsy. We would stay here again!

We stayed here for three nights while visiting Branson for shows and sightseeing. We asked for a quiet room on the top floor and that is what we received. The room was ready when we arrived and was clean for the most part. The floor and backsplash in the bathroom had mold and mildew spots and the towel bar was rusty. The curtain for the patio door was missing part of the backing in several spots and should have been replaced. The carpeting in the hallway on third floor and in the elevator was stained and very worn. We went for the breakfast on a Friday, at 9:10 and there was very little food left. There were 5 pieces of bread and 1 pastry left in the bread area, also no biscuits for the gravy. It would be nice if the hotel is going to advertise they have breakfast till 9:30, that they would at least keep it stocked till that time. One thing to keep in mind if you are considering staying here, is that the morning traffic to Silver Dollar City backs up for miles and may impact your travel. We would probably not stay here again due to the general lack of upkeep.

Great location right next to Silver Dollar City. Good breakfast that is included. There is also a shuttle to the park that is very handy. The breakfast attendees do a great job handling the large number of guests in the morning.

One of our favorite places to stay. My husband hates big cities so it's nice to stay somewhere just a little out of town but still close to everything and the breakfast is great! The only reason I'm giving this hotel a four out of five is because of the poor shuttle service back from silver dollar city. There were so many trying to get on the bus, me and my husband had to wait over an hour to get back to our hotel. I would recommend just driving yourself to the park, it's much simpler. Other than that our stays there have been great!

All the amenities listed on the website exceeded our expectations. The staff was so helpful. The shuttle to SDCity so convenient! They grouped our rooms so our 4 families could be together. We'll stay here again!

Our family has stayed here 4 times...mainly due to proximity to Silver Dollar City and shuttle service. Our children enjoyed the pool/hot tub area along with the game room. The large variety of breakfast items is a plus. We had 3rd floor adjoining rooms this trip. VERY quiet. Will definitely return.

We were pleased at the quality of the bedding and the comfort of the bed. The room was spotless and the shower relaxing. The breakfast had an amazing selection of food and everything tasted great. The hotel was in a quiet setting yet it only took minutes to reach town. We stayed here because we felt we would want to use the free shuttle to Silver Dollar City, but found that the location of the Inn allowed us to drive the short distance without fighting the traffic, so we drove our car and enjoyed coming and going at our convenience. We did not use the pool but it looked nice and was in a separate room so swimmers did not annoy other guest. If you have children, they would like the game room. The staff was very professional and charming.

Really enjoyed our stay, all areas are very clean. The beds are really comfortable, good working a/c, great staff and a nice hot breakfast. Nice indoor pool area and game room too. Would go back for sure.

We stayed here with 2 other couples during our visit to Branson. It was great how they got all our rooms close together. Being away from the congestion in Branson was nice. We still could get to any of the shows we wanted to see. Room was very nice and breakfast was excellent- lots of choices and good place to meet. They do have a shuttle to Silver Dollar City which we did not use this time. One caution is that the halls are very long.

Location and price is great. It's right in the middle of the strip making travel to other sights easy. It's right next to the Titanic museum, so very easy to walk there. Hotel itself is the older style with doors on the outside. It has been updated though, and is clean. Breakfast is good, but was very crowded every morning. It was hard for the staff to keep the food stocked. Had to wait several minutes for the items I wanted to be re-stocked. Don't go in with too high of expectations for this hotel and you won't be disappointed. Some of these reviews make it sound like a Hilton...lol. It's a good/clean hotel for the price for sure.

Planned a short vacation weekend and really enjoyed our stay at Best Western. Convenient to places of interest. Quiet, relaxing stay. Breakfast a big surprise! Best we have ever had at any hotel we've ever stayed at. Would recommend to family and friends!

This is a great place to stay. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. Breakfast is good and they have a restaurant open at night. Easy access in and out and just a very short distance to Silver Dollar City.

pretty good but could have stayed at cheaper hotel at a different hotel at a cheater price, breakfest was ok but was not maintained , rooms were good but where stuffy and did not cool very well , staff was nice except for check-in , seemed like they did not care if if you where or not - very slow and not friendly at all -- ckeck-out was fine - very friendly

Been going to Branson for 26 years. We stayed here for the first time. Loved it. From check in to breakfast in the morning to hot tub, and pool. House keeping was great ..Loved it that it was off the strip and very quite and clean. Very clean and would recommend this hotel to friends and family . Looking forward to our next stay. Great stay from start to finish. We took the shuttle to Silver Dollar City and it was great! We also enjoyed the breakfast spread. The sheets were terrific too. I just wish that they took pets. The staff were very helpful and cheerful.

This motel was super comfortable comfortable with great beds and it was very quiet. There was work being done, but it stopped at night, sat a little bit off the road, and we stayed in the rooms even further off the road, so there was no noise at all!!! Wonderful free breakfast included, and the staff was very friendly and helpful!!!! My husband could even do his laundry!!!! This is a very busy town, bumper to bumper traffic so when the day is over it was so nice to come back to a comfortable room!

The whole thing was a great deal! Very comfortable room, clean, and great bathroom! The breakfast was very good and the dining room was nicely updated and set up well! Will definitely come back when time allows! Only thing I can complain about is the pool area, could be updated a bit, but the water was warm and the pool was big enough for a lot of people.

Needed a hotel close to Silver Dollar City in Branson.....there are SO MANY hotel choices in Branson that it a little daunting to wade through ALL of the reviews. We chose this hotel specifically because it is next to Silver Dollar City, had a free breakfast and a free shuttle to SDC. The very affordable nightly rate was a selling point, also, because the cost of taking a family of 4 to SDC/Branson for a weekend can get fairly expensive pretty fast. The hotel is perfect if you need a clean, affordable place to sleep at night. The rooms were fine- dated decor for sure, however, I would rather keep the price point low and put up with dated decor rather than pay a lot more for modern decor. The mattresses were not fabulous- they were not very comfy and the mattress pads could be felt very clearly when laying on the mattress...they reminded me of the mattress pads from the 1980's which were almost lumpy in texture. Water pressure in the bathroom was good. A/C worked well but was a little on the noisy side. Breakfast was great- tons of options from scrambled eggs and waffles to oatmeal to biscuits and gravy and name-brand cereal. Would we stay here again? Yup. Recommend it? Yup.

The biggest draw was the shuttle to Silver Dollar City. The web site was a little wrong. This hotel does not have a restaurant, they do however have the basic BW breakfast buffet. The person who checked us in had restaurants who delivery menus available ( pizza). The beds were comfortable and room/bathroom very clean. Our kids( 20+ years) enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Lots of parking which was a big plus since we were towing a car. The night clerk who checked us in also tipped us off how to save big on park entrance tickets. We would definitely stay here again if in area.

Good rooms, good breakfast, great staff...no complaints. We plan to stay at Branson BW every 2 months. No need to change as we are very satisfied with this hotel. Location is perfect in connection to surrounding events that we desire to attend.

The location is great for access to Silver Dollar City. There is ample parking, the pool area is nice, and the rooms are adequate. I would have given a higher score, but the hotel has recently made the breakfast much worse than it used to be. The new owner has removed the biscuits and gravy from the breakfast buffet, leaving very little variety of hot food left. Compared to other Best Westerns, the breakfast at this one is now below average.
