Best Western Center Pointe Inn

We have stayed here on quite a few trips to Branson. However,this has far been our worst experience. The WiFi and internet connection in this room in basically non-existent. I have taken iPads down to customer service lobby four times. I have been treated like I am the one doing it wrong....but these photos speak for to themselves. I am not sure why no one help us.

Not luxury of course but everything we needed! My husband and I and our 2 kids stayed in a double room. It was clean, had fridge and microwave, comfortable enough, kids loved the pool and hot tub area, though so did everyone else, it was packed! Breakfast was ok. Right in the middle of the strips so close to everything. I would definitely stay here again. Lady at the front desk was very kind at check in.

Overall we had a good time. The staff made the difference and really boosted our overall experience. We had a very hard time getting in the buildings and room with our keys. Need to update/remodel to a different style. Holding luggage and trying to control little children is so frustrating standing at the door swiping it over and over again! Twice we had to actually have somebody from inside the hotel open the door to outside, letting us in! The style of the hotel was more motel style, which was fine and the rooms were OK. Plenty of lighting, the A/C worked good had all the amenities we needed such as a mini fridge and microwave. The tv was a little small and outdated, and our shower didn't have a conditioner but two shampoo bottles and a body wash. For the price we paid we did expect a little better.

Terrible stay!toddlers in hot tub! Allow a pool noodle that people would slam on water that was abrupt and disruptive to all in area.When I nicely ask a 16 yr old girl not to do that she went and told her drunk dad who got into pool to continuously slam noodle making terribly loud noises!Allowed non Disabled people to park in handicapped parking,When we informed front desk of these issues he just told us nothing I can do that's just how people are these days.Told us he couldn't call police due to a 500$ charge hotel would have to pay for every time they come out.Told us that police couldn't anyways about the illegal parking because it's private property.I paid $315 to be scared to stay there and didn't go to breakfast in fear of that crazy dad!

Friendly staff, perfect location, very clean and comfortable rooms. We plan on staying again. Restaurants near are amazing as well. Probably one of my favorite places I've stayed in Branson the many years I've been coming. TV, wifi, microwaves in rooms if you're on a budget. Plus if you're an early bird they have a full breakfast. The pool opens early and closes late so if your wanting to take a dip after a night on the town they are open till midnight.

We stayed for 4 days. The breakfast crew were very friendly and helpful. The selection of food was good We were disappointed that the hot tub and the ice machine closest to our room weren't working. The location was good. I would recommend asking for a room in the main building, so you don't have to go outside to go to the pool.

What a pleasant surprise to come to such a charming, clean, friendly motel. I was on a tight budget and was looking for the best bang for my buck. All the other motels that were cheaper had reviews that definitely scared me off but Best Western Center Pointe Inn had excellent reviews but low stars and I didn't understand it.

This is THE place to stay in Branson, MO. The hotel has a friendly staff and is close to almost EVERYTHING. The beds are comfortable and the indoor pool is very inviting. They have a full-service ticket agent to help you with show and attraction tickets.

Family spent one night on a two day trip to Branson to enjoy Silver Dollar City's Christmas. Reception was friendly, rooms were clean and in working order and breakfast was excellent. No issue in using points for stay

Great hotel in a great place. This was our second stay at this hotel. It's an older hotel, but very well maintained and clean. We would stay here again. The breakfast area is a bit small and the selection of food was somewhat limited. That said, the hot food was cooked on site, but served by a kitchen staff.

Room was nice and clean, internet worked great, pool was very nice, breakfast was excellent. Not the most comfortable beds but not the worst. The shower was excellent! Will definitely return again!!!!!

The hotel is a little dated inside, however it is very well maintained and our rooms were spotless. The tub was huge, and the bathrooms had heating lights which I loved. The indoor pool and hot tub were both working, clean and family friendly. All staff were so kind. We will definitely be back.

We stay here everytime we come to branson and it never let's us down. Myself and my family have been staying here for years when we come to town, the service and breakfast are always outstanding, couldn't be happier.

Our stay was very nice. The room was very big and comfortable. We were within walking distance of several attractions in Branson. The hotel has and indoor pool, we didn't use it but it was very inviting. The breakfast was very good, hot and lot of choices, not just a cold muffin.

We stay at Best Western Centre Pointe Inn every time we go to Branson. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, microwave and fridge. Lovely pool area. Great location on the strip, right across the street from the Clay Cooper theatre

upon check-in not only was the desk cierk smiling and friendly i was given a card and pin recognizing my military service. wonderful. there was even a smiling concierge .our room was next to the indoor pool which was great. breakfast was good. should we return to branson we would undoughtily stay at the BW center pointe inn

Friendly and clean. Staff always there to help. Breakfast was very good and hot. Only 1 choice of meat, ham 1 day ,sausage next day. Etc. plenty of parking. Maintenance man on site all day very friendly thought are AC was broke ,he was right there to turn it on.

Hotel downsized my room and blamed booking.com and told me to take it up with them. Jacuzzi had a brown film as if someone had through up and left it. The hotel has not been upgraded in a very long time and is definitely not worth staying in.

I do not understand why so many positive reviews. This place is one of the worst I have ever stayed at. Looks nothing like the pictures. It's old and run down. Rooms are incredibly small and worn out. It's reasonably clean but tired and dated . There are so many better options at the same price point. No housekeeping. Poor breakfast selection.

Wonderful motel, they don't have full housecleaning but they do bring new towels daily and have an excellent breakfast. The only complaint is Ken at the front desk. He was very condescending. We needed a new room card a couple times over and he made it seem like we where asking him to give us his right arm.

This place has the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Way better than my bed at home. We didn't even want to get out of bed. I also love the fact that we were directly on The strip and around so many attractions. We left the car parked and just walked.

My wife and I stayed two nights with our son (5 months old). We booked the room ("Director's Suite") with the jacuzzi tub. It was fantastic. Well worth the extra expense. The hotel is well within walking distance to a lot of great attractions, including the aquarium (our main intention for the visit). Both the indoor pool and outdoor pool are a great plus for this hotel. The breakfast was also pretty sweet and well organized. My wife and I have stayed at a lot of hotels over the years, from LA to Chicago, and we can honestly say this is one of the best places we've stayed. For the price paid, you get A LOT of goodies. Super clean. Super spacious. Super location. We highly recommend.

We have stayed here multiple times because of the convenience to restaurants and activities. This visit was disappointing. We had two rooms for two nights. The rooms were not clean. A coffee pod was left in one coffee maker. There were gummy bears behind the bed, which we found while looking for plug ins. There were snack wrappers behind the TV stand in one room, which we found while trying to get it to work. We had issues with both TVs. None of our keys worked on the second day. I believe the front desk only set them for one day. Maintenance had to get involved to get one door working again. The breakfast staff is great and they have several good options daily. The seating area is too small for multiple bus loads of people, though. Rooms were not cleaned daily. We were told our trash would be dumped and new towels would be delivered. The cleaning crew for our floor called in sick, so another crew had to come after they had finished their own floor. That was sometime after 2:30 when we left to get to our show. On our last day, the cleaning crew knocked on the door around 8:30! No consistency. This makes me sad as we've stayed here many times and recommended the place to others.

The hotel is located in a very good area, my family like the location it is a very nice area. We are already making our plans for next year and we are planning for a week to stay the next time. We are looking forward to seeing more attractions next year.

The room was ok for a suite. The hyda bed mattress was gross and falling apart. They comped us with a roll away bed. Overall hotel needs a good clean and update. Next time I will do a little more research before booking.

This was a stay we booked about a week before we stayed. This Best Western seemed to be located where it would be easily accessible along the strip. The room did not disappoint. The room had a mini fridge which was great to store and keep our items cold during our stay. The microwave was also useable and functional. The issues we did have were minor and related to cleaning. There were noticeable cobwebs along the lampshades. The phone also flashed red all the time for a message left for a prior occupant at sometime. The breakfast provided was great and everyone liked the variety. The breakfast room always seemed busy each morning. There was one morning that it appeared they had ran out of a certain menu item and then changed the board to reflect it during service. The staff did a great job cleaning and keeping food out during breakfast. We did have to ask for more towels since our room was not being serviced due to our short stay. We made several attempts to call the front desk and no one answered, and finally we did make contact and they came to bring the towels. The wife offered the dirty towels as she read that they would request them to be exchanged, but the person who brought them acted like it was not necessary.

This was a motel advertised and priced like a hotel. So many problems. The shower head in our first room leaked making it uncomfortable to shower. The air conditioner in the room we were moved to kept us up all night. The clanking was insidious. The freezer on the fridge was frozen shut, which we didn't know before buying ice cream. The beverage vending machine only had come, root beer, sprite, Dr Pepper, and water. No snacks. The beds were supposed to be queen sized but were full sized. The bed skirts didn't even fit the beds, so you had to look at box springs. The beds themselves were not very comfortable. The sheet and blanket were extremely thin. No comforter! The breakfast was terrible, portion controlled, and weren't many options. The pictures are very deceiving. They make the room look pretty modern and big. They are very small. We felt on top of each other. The decor was very old. The indoor pool was big, but no ventilation. It was hotter inside than outside. The outdoor pool is smaller, but everyone swimming was courteous of others. Good location.

Make sure you set your in room temperature as low as possible before you leave. The hallways seem to not be air conditioned and are extremely hot during the summer. The bathtubs are taller than your average step and could pose some difficulty with elder members of your party. Beds were okay although the pillows were small and hard.

Motel is in a great location in the theatre district. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Pools looked very fun, lot of kids in there, and open til midnight. Rooms and parking easily accessible. Front desk and breakfast staff great. Not a lot of selection for breakfast but it is free. Would stay again, had a great stay!

2 pools. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. My family had a great time. All the shows and the mall were right there. The only difficulty was getting back on to the 76. But that's not their fault. Just heavy traffic.

Our room was reasonably clean, but there was a lot of activity (noisy guests), the pool was too crowded to use, the breakfast area was very crowded as well. The parking lot was very full and we couldn't park in front of our room. I think this motel would rate better during a less busy season, but is super busy in summer.

The rooms smell musty. I never once saw anybody checking the pool for cleanliness and they refilled the hot tub with the hose and never checked chemicals in it. The free breakfast was good and the rooms where clean. Staff we encountered were nice.

Checked into this Best Western expecting my room to be very nice for what I paid . I was traveling by myself just to meet friends who were passing through town . After I got to my room I opened the window to find a tremendous amount of dust along the metal work . There also was a lot of dust on top of the microwave which looked like it hadn't seen a duster in weeks or months . I pulled the sheets back in my bed to find hair which I then proceeded to clean up . The bathroom also had a flickering light above the mirror which was terribly annoying . I left very early the next morning because I didn't feel like looking at the breakfast location . For what I paid this was unacceptable. I'm a platinum member so next time I'll try the other Best Western in Branson . Hopefully it will be up to typical Best Western standards .

Our stay was very frustrating we had to keep calling the front desk to come an fix our toilet not sure if our room has always had issues with the bathroom but it was very frustrating to keep calling about fixing it

Great stay! We stayed here for 2 nights and were glad we did. The rooms were clean and the AC worked so well. It was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Room 126 is huge and could accommodate at least 6 people. It's an older looking hotel but the rooms are not older looking. We would stay here again. Breakfast is typical but has hot food daily.

We loved that they had an indoor and outdoor pool. The rooms were nice. Front desk employees were really helpful on booking things to do. We were able to walk to see several different attractions in the area. There are plenty of restaurants in the area to go to.

Great room , great breakfast and great location. Who could ask for more. The pools and hot tubs was very nice and stayed open till midnight. It is an older property but well kept up and my only complaint was the tv remote didn't work. So minor I didn't even report it.

Everything about our stay was great!! Will definitely be staying again and sharing our experience with others. Staff was more than friendly and accommodating and the location was exactly where we needed to be!

Wanted to take a last minute trip with the family to Branson and reserved 2 adjoining rooms at this hotel a few weeks prior. We were excited given the good reviews here on Trip Advisor. We ended up cutting our trip short by a day...mainly because the hotel wasn't the best. The rooms were older and not terribly up to date. After checking in, we found one of the toilets were broken and had to be fixed. Maintenance did come and resolve the issue quickly. The handle bar in the shower was also broken. Overall, we felt like the rooms were just ok and nothing to write home about. The breakfast was good, but the eating area is entirely too small. There were so many people there in the morning, the staff could hardly keep up and there just weren't enough tables to accommodate everyone. Food was good, but the space was disappointing at best. Finally, there was a group of children (church group I think) staying at the hotel at the same time we were there. They were incredibly loud and obnoxious. They were up screaming and running around at all hours of the night. I heard several other guests screaming at them to hold it down...but it didn't help. I was disappointed that the hotel management didn't do more to quiet them down. Overall, our stay was just ok. I will say that the staff was very nice and accommodating, which is good. It wasn't the worst experience of my life...but certainly not the best. I likely wouldn't stay here again.

Our trip was with a senior citizens group. The hotel/ hotel staff was very accommodating. The rooms were clean, nice, and everything worked as it should. I will be staying here again. I wanted to extend my stay and the hotel was very easy to work with to make it all happen without incident.

Location is good if you want to be within walking distance of a number of museums, etc. The motel is tucked back off of the street, so there is no view worth mentioning. Only towel service for our stay. We were okay with that, but others may prefer full service. Breakfast was standard eggs/sausage. Room was clean. A little bit worn out in spots. Typical bathroom wear issues.

Not only is this hotel so convenient, it is clean and quiet and has free EV charging. The breakfast is outstanding and the service is grand. You can walk across the street to a show or eat at several nearby restaurants. It is on the strip so entertainment is close by.

We had 2 rooms/ 4 days for family T'giving holiday visit. Rooms were old, tired not like online photos. Strength of this place is the friendly, helpful staff (thanks Mary and Vickie). Lacks housekeeping

The staff at the Centre Point Best Western were exceptionally kind and helpful to our senior group, providing service above and beyond what one would expect. The way they treat guests is definitely the edge this hotel has over others in Branson.

Our tour group stayed at the Center Pointe Inn. The staff went out of their way to help our group in amazing ways. There are lots of places to stay in Branson, but if you want a caring and extra mile staff that wants you to enjoy your trip, stay at this Best Western.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, front desk, cleaning people and breakfast staff! We stayed for seven days and this was consistent. We were also assisted with recommendations to shows around Branson and with purchasing tickets on site.

Nice clean hotel. On the strip in Branson. It's great for families. We booked a dirty hotel and called at the last minute they were very accommodating and nice to us. The room was clean. Grandkids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The food for breakfast was not bad at all. We would stay again.

The hotel and facilities were 1st class. The Breakfast Staff was extremely friendly and set a great atmosphere for everyone every morning. The fitness center had great equipment and the indoor pool was big and enjoyable.

We will come there again. Keep doing good. The area is loaded with fun filled adventures for the whole family. Would recommend it for visiting Branson. The people are friendly, respectful, and generous.

We came into town last minute and reserved a room at Best Western. I was given a discount for being a rewards member and upgraded to a huge suite for an awesome price. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Branson!

Don't stay here! It's gross! Ev charger is broken. Bedding is thread bare. Breakfast is nasty!! The hotel desperately needs to be updated. There was no room to plug in devices to charge so the lamps had to be unplugged.

While our overall stay was good, the room needed more attention from the cleaning staff. The office staff was very helpful when we interacted with them. The best service was from the breakfast area staff, they were friendly and helpful.

We usually choose this Hotel when visiting Branson. It's easily accessible, friendly staff, clean rooms, inside corridors, and even though the location is on the strip, it's quiet. Breakfast area was clean with several food choices.

We had a nice stay here. Great location within walking distance of so many things. Great amenities for the price and the online pre check in was very easy also. We would stay here again when in Branson.

Second stay at this hotel. They didn't clean our room between days, but they did give us fresh towels. This place is very conveniently located on 76. It os right across the highway from Clay Cooper Theater, where the Haygoods are currently performing. Lots of food and shopping choices within walking distance. Good pool. The indoor hot tub was only slightly warmer than the pool. The breakfast staff shines. They were truly great and attentive to guests.

This was in a great spot! Walking area to the ferris wheel and the strip to walk on. Indoor and outdoor pool was a plus. The rooms were clean, the staff was nice, and the breakfast was delicious. They were able to get us rooms next to each other which was a plus.

We had issues with this hotel that can largely be summed up with one word: smoke. So this hotel has rooms that open to the outside and each level is one long balcony outside the rooms. Unfortunately, the HVAC pulls that outside air into the rooms. So, any time someone smoked on the balcony (as frequently occurred, at all hours of the night) my family had second-hand smoke in our room. The first time it happened, it was late at night and we wondered if there was a fire or if the AC was malfunctioning. I opened the door and saw someone smoking at the next room over on the balcony, so we soon realized what we were in for. The smoke lingered in the air for awhile after the person was done and…well, it wasn't pleasant to be in that. The parking lot is right by the balconies as well, so you're likely to encounter smoke when loading and unloading from your vehicle, as we frequently did. For this reason alone, this hotel didn't suit my family. With the outside door, you'll also deal with flies—just something to keep in mind. We were always dealing with at least one fly in our room. There was a free breakfast, but it's located in a small room right by the indoor pool, so there is a chlorine smell and, in general, the breakfast room is not ventilated well. I happen to have a very weak sense of smell, so it was quite pungent. With the smell, it just wasn't appetizing. And frankly, I smelled cigarette smoke as well (honestly, that could have been third-hand smoke from peoples' clothing; there was so much smoking that the smell just lingered) The employees were friendly and overall things were fairly clean, apart from a few gnats in the bathroom and one ant that we saw. There always seemed to be at least one fly. There is a small refrigerator with a freezer that was in major need of defrosting. But it all worked. The inside of the refrigerator needed to be cleaned, but it wasn't really bad. There were some crumbs left from s previous guest. There was also a stain on a pillowcase, so we set it to the side. Now that I'm writing this, I guess the room really wasn't very clean. This issue paled in comparison to the smoke, I suppose. The room itself was old and the furniture was dated. There is a desk and chair, and you almost feel that you will fall through the chair when you sit on it. This hotel is very close to Pasghetti's, where we had a great meal—delicious food, large portions, friendly service, and nice decor. It's an easy walk there. This place is also within walking distance of Titanic.

The hotel was a good value. The indoor pool was well designed for kids the rooms were clean and well maintained and the hotel was in a great location on the 76 strip. The hotel is located beside the Titanic Museum close to many of the attractions.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Conveniently located yet quiet. Not a fancy upscale hotel, but great for someone that cares about the essentials of a clean and comfortable sleep without paying too much.

We have stayed at this Best Western many times, and it is consistently a great place to stay. Convenient to everything on the strip, very clean inside and out, friendly/helpful staff, hot water, cool A/C, comfortable beds AND PILLOWS! Microwave/frig/coffee in every room and a huge plus is that you get 2 vanities with sinks ( one in room, and another in the bathroom)!

The room was small and the beds were doubles instead of queen sized. The hotel is laid out oddly. It's on a hillside, and in several buildings, so it's easy to get turned around. The indoor pool and hot tub area needs more ventilation. It was hard to breathe from the humidity and heat.

All customer service people were awesome. Everything was clean. Good parking. And of course the location was great. This was an expensive place to stay. Things that could be better: 1) internet - we work and needed it. It was intermittent. 2) the AC going lower than 71° - we were there when it was 99° and felt like 108°. 3) Please no reconstituted eggs. We have been to BW's with the cheese omelets and veggies egg white frittatas.

Excellent location with easy access to shows and all activities. Very friendly courteous and helpful staff. My family loved the stay and my grandchildren Loved the outdoor swimming pool I would recommend this motel to anyone who wants to go to Branson.

The only real problem was the traffic along 76 getting out. But that's what you get staying in the middle of everything in Branson. Great breakfast and friendly staff, clean rooms with everything working. Worth the stay for the price!

Decent place to stay within walking distance of many attractions. If you want reasonable toilet paper bring your own! Had to stay in a double queen when we wanted a king & wanted a room with door to outside, neither of which we got.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel/motel. It has inside and outside doors. At check in and every time we stopped by or walked through the front desk area, all staff greeted us, answered any questions and offered advice. Our room was clean, the shower was awesome, loved the split sinks and the larger refrigerator. My only complaint was the bed was a little hard for my liking, but that's a personal choice. Overall, we loved the location. Easy to walk where we wanted to. Room was quiet and parking is super easy.

Great location downtown. Friendly check in and check out. Our room was clean, and beds comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and well prepared, and breakfast area staff did a really great job. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Basic hotel.Room was clean and comfortable.Good water pressure,good tv reception,comfortable bed and pillows.Air conditioning unit worked fine.Breakfast was basic hotel breakfast but was perfectly adequate.Did not use pool or hot tub.Lot's of places within walking distance.Would stay here again and would recommend this hotel.

Loved the atmosphere, location and the view of the strip. Also the hotel has a nice complimentary breakfast buffet. Everything was fresh and staff was very clean and nice. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

This hotel is centrally located, not just in the middle of the action on 76, but right in the heart of Branson itself. Upon arrival, there was some confusion as I'd booked a room for three nights, but they originally stated I there for two. When I pointed out this discretion, the gentleman at the counter quickly corrected himself and claimed the day staff had made a minor error but it had no effect on my booking. He was very helpful in getting me directed to my room and provided a wealth of information in helping me to navigate my way around. My initial impression of the room was positive. The place looked and smelled clean, AC unit worked well, bed was pretty comfortable, pillows were nice, clean towels, polished surfaces, clean microwave and mini-fridge, clean toilet, carpet, and tile. I did notice a small clump of hair in the tub, and the sink valve was closed with some standing water left inside, which struck me as odd. Internet worked well enough to do what I needed to do, though I did notice a bit of buffering here and there. Not a big deal as I didn't go to Branson just to sit around a hotel room and watch YouTube all day. To be fair though, some of the other businesses located on 76 were reporting internet issues that weekend, so I felt lucky to have access to the internet at all. My stay was overall quiet and uneventful. Every guest I encountered seemed happy and friendly. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and informative. Everyone I spoke to ask how I slept and if my room was satisfactory. The breakfast bar was fantastic, and I'm not just saying that because it was inclusive. There were three cereal options, toast, bagels, a customizable waffle bar, a variety of juices, coffee, fresh fruit, biscuits and gravy, sausage or ham (seemed to switch daily) and a hot breakfast dish that changed daily. All of it was really good, and again, the staff in the breakfast area was super friendly. It was a wonderful start to my day. One final complaint though, as I was packing to leave, I happened to notice a few brightly colored objects under and near the head of the bed. Upon closer inspection I recognized those objects to be candy pieces that resembled peanut M&Ms, and they appeared to have been there a while. The carpet under that part of the bed also appeared dingy and discolored, indicating the beds have not been moved and the carpet there properly cleaned in some time. So while the housekeeping staff did a pretty good job at doing a general clean, their attention to detail could use a bit more...attention. Despite a few tiny things, my overall stay was pleasant and I will absolutely consider staying here again.

Rooms were clean, staff were friendly. Breakfast was good and staff were accommodating. Pool area is clean and well kept. Location is within walking distance to many attractions. Well taken care of and overall just a great place to stay.

Actually booked this hotel out of list for extra credit card points, but super glad we did. The location in center of Hwy 76 strip was super, easily walked to restaurant, music show, and museum. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and plentiful, clean facilities Room was usual queen beds, but bathroom was great with split double sinks, separate heat light, and makeup mirror.

Nice and clean place to stay. Rooms have outside access. On the strip, within walking distance to many attractions. Beds are comfy, pool area is clean, breakfast area nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our time in Branson! We chose this hotel because of the high ratings and location to the shows we had chosen to see! It was wonderful having the concierge woman arrange all of our show tickets which were waiting for us at the Best Western desk.

Used room card to access pool area and upon slipping into spa the management shows up to inform us there was VOMIT in area and pool!!! Then he acted like no fault but ours!! Never seen any cleaning crews. Another couple exposed as well .

This hotel is reasonably priced, serves hot breakfast, has an indoor pool, great hot tub, and friendly, helpful staff! It is located within walking distance of many attractions! This is my families go-to for Branson hotel needs!!!

Great location on 76hwy. Hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. Close to the Branson Ferris wheel and the track amusement complex. Wonderful staff and nice hotel amenities.

This hotel is right on the strip of Branson so it's very easy to access all the shows and attractions from here. It's right next door to the Titanic museum. I would totally choose to stay in this hotel again

This hotel is right in the middle of the action. Clean and staff is so friendly and helpful. The kids like the indoor pool that's open until midnight. The breakfast area is plentiful and has the nicest people helping and cleaning. Check in is a breeze and we were greeted at every turn. Will stay again!

The ads for this hotel make it look like a three-star hotel with comfortable rooms and free breakfast. It is, in-fact, a motel with seperate buildings for its amenities. The rooms are not updated. Our AC was noisy and collected moisture that stained the curtains above it. The carpet is old and smells musty. The beds need to be replaced. It appears as if the bathroom was updated, now the rest of the room needs to be as well with more modern furniture and plug-ins for today's devices. Five stars to the breakfast ladies for your service. Two stars for the room only because the bathroom was clean. The four stars for service that I gave is for the breakfast people and maid. The front desk people were not friendly nor were they rude. They were just there.

Very accommodating front desk staff. Hotel is a little old school in that rooms have outside entrances. Kind of a throw back for us which was fun. Rooms were clean, but a little dated. Located on Brandon's strip with lots of attractions within walking distance. The full breakfast buffet is made right there…not some thawed out frozen stuff. The cheesy eggs were amazing and the ladies in charge were great!

Check in was easy and all staff we encountered were very friendly. We did have issues connecting to WiFi which was important to us since my husband did some work from the hotel, the staff offered physical help by asking my husband to come down to the lobby with his laptop so they could fix the issue. Beds were comfy, rooms were clean, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. My kids and I loved the make your own waffle stations. We also loved how close the hotel was to so many things. We'll stay again!

This hotel is located right in the middle of Branson's attractions. We had little travel from attraction to attraction. Easy to get in and out of this area. Plenty of parking. Very good breakfast, friendly staff!

Towels etc, …parking and entrance explanations spot on ! The next time I bring my family and Grandchildren to Branson we'll stay here again !

Despite the positive reviews I read prior to booking this motel did not come close! Our room was musty and dusty smelling especially with the heat on. There is no thermostat for the heat so I either froze or was boiling hot. Do not stay here if you have allergies. Very disappointed. The breakfast was fine and the ladies who served it were nice. That's the only positive I can say.

Motel is older with updates. Carpet in room could be replaced and would make the room seem fresher. Staff at this motel are are good as I have experienced in many years of travel. Friendly and helpful.

My boyfriend and I made a last minute trip to Branson, MO, just to get away and relax. I found this hotel through the Silver Dollar City package option. I was able to purchase tickets for the amusement park and hotel together. The BW Center Pointe Inn was very nice, clean and modern. The have rooms inside where the door opens to a hallway and rooms where the door opens outside (not a hall). We liked staying on the main Branson strip. You could walk to shows, shopping, attractions and restaurants. There was not much noise from the strip either, which was nice. The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. We spent a little time a the pool/Hot tub on evening. Very nice accommodations. would recommend staying there.

The buildings where a little dated on the out side but the rooms and pool where just right. The staff was so friendly. I forgot my toothbrush and was going to buy one. However the nice lady at the front desk said here you go.

The front desk clerk needs to learn how to speak to people and what is an appropriate “joke”. I was checked in by an older man wearing a large face shield. When I was filling out my information I commented that I needed to double check my license plate number and that the one I listed might not be correct. This man laughed and said, “it's ok, you'll just be the last one we identify when we are clearing the rubble.” I uncomfortably laughed and told him it wasn't funny. It was incredibly inconsiderate and inappropriate.

We were traveling late and booked this hotel with our points thru the customer service line, it was booked incorrectly but the night manager promptly fixed it and thanked us for being reward members! Pool area was nice and the rooms were super clean but the carpet could use a cleaning. We did not get to partake in breakfast but it is back to buffet (cafeteria style). Staff was very kind and helpful! Nice surprise! This hotel exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The employees are all polite and friendly. They helped us by suggesting restaurants and things to do. It is a good central location. You cN walk to a few things. I would stay here again.

This property is right in the heart of Branson. It is an older property with furnishing to match, but the location is worth stay here. The bed was comfortable, but had to ask for an extra blanket as there was no comforter. The towels are changed out daily, but no other room service with COVID rules. The breakfast was COVID too as we were served an omelet, sausage, biscuits and gravy. No waffles or pancakes, but it was good. Not a lot of outlets in an older place, but like I said the location was nice!

Great hotel! This was a girls trip and we had a double queen suite. The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. Having two sinks/mirrors was good with four women getting ready each day. All of the staff we encountered were friendly. Breakfast was really good, too!

This is our first trip since COVID began. This was more than what we expected with all different requirements. We wasn't expecting breakfast service. We also was surprised that the pool and hot tub was open.

This motel is located near many attractions and restaurants. Like most of Branson it could use updating to warrant the nightly price of $140. Breakfast had some hot options served by staff. Nothing special and it was clear COVID is still affecting what can be served.

Enjoyed my stay there, and especially the breakfast and breakfast staff. If I could suggest one thing that would make your stay even better, it would be that the rooms would be updated, they're clean but they need new furniture.

The lady who checked us in was horrible. She was rude and condescending. When we tried to speak she raised her voice and talked over us. She needs to be retrained and taught better customer service skills!!

The BW Center Pointe Inn is perfectly located on the Rt. 76 entertainment strip. Can walk to many shows and attractions. The facilities are well-maintained and the staff helpful and friendly. Show tickets can be obtained through the gift shop. We were quite pleased and will stay here again in the future.

We stay here with all our visits and Best Western Pointe Inn seems like home. We will be back spring of 2022.. Thank you for being great host again this year. You helped to make our vacation successful and fun.

Overall, we had a pretty good stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The location was convenient to all the happenings on the main strip. The only thing I wish would have been better is the shower head. It had multiple settings but none of them were good.

The room smelled like dirty socks and was very dirty. The bathroom had hair that was left I guess from the persons before. They did not clean the shower or the toilet you could see crap stains all over it. My wife went and bought cleaning supply's to clean it herself

Staff goes above and beyond. I received a call three days prior to my stay to ask if there were any specific needs I might have -- never had that before from any place I have stayed. I asked about some equipment for the bathroom to help my parents manage easier. A toilet riser, shower chair, tub grip and non-slip bathmat were all in place when we arrived. Also, they put us in the main building so we were able to use the elevator. Excellent hot breakfast (eggs/bacon/sausage/breakfast casserole) plus coffee, juice, cereal etc. Great location with easy access but the staff is the #1 reason to stay!

This was a great hotel, beds were very comfortable and we loved the pillows. This hotel is right on the strip so you can walk the strip for a fun experience. Kids loved the pool & breakfast was yummy!

Room was big, comfy bed, very clean, and staff was awesome… if i go Back I'll def stay there again! Perfectly located as well. Priced just right, very accommodating as well because we had it add a day.

Nice and clean hotel from the room to the lobby. No smoking and no pets so it smelled cleaned too. Amenities were wonderful including indoor pool and jacuzzi. Mini fridge, microwave, ice and cable TV. Very close to everything. Very satisfied.

I read a ton of reviews before picking this place and because of the positive reviews I decided to go here. The staff was friendly but the room seemed dingy. I was staying with my client whom I was taking on her vacation. She noticed that there was a very large spider web connecting the headboard and the pillow on the bed. I cleaned it up and dusted the rest of the headboards. The car is literally about 10 feet away from the room which can be a good thing. We retired around 10pm and that is when there was alot of noise outside the room from other hotels guests. In the morning, we were wakened by the noise of a garbage truck before 7am. It was a Friday morning. I think it was extra loud because our room was so close to the parking lot. I showered , there are no vents in the bathroom and the hair dryer didn't work. We went to breakfast with wet hair. The food was good and the staff was friendly. I didn't feel like I was staying in a clean hotel and therefore I would not stay there again,

This is the only place we stay at when going to Branson. The location and price is perfect for us. We have stayed here 6 times this year and we have never been disappointed. We have brought family members and their children twice and they have love the facility and what it offers too.

The room was very clean. Quick check-in process. Right in the middle and across the road/next door to major attractions. Could walk to many attractions from the hotel. Great breakfast despite COVID restrictions. Bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows.

Hotel was clean, which was even more important as I was moving from a location that was not clean. Everything was in good working order, guests were quiet, ice was available, parking was close. It isn't fancy but it is definitely worth staying in.

You can walk to all of the attractions, shows, and shops along the Branson strip from this hotel. It's in a fabulous location. You can leave your car on the hotel lot, and walk to your destination. So nice!!

Front desk staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. Price per night was $100 too much for this run down hotel. Will not be staying again. I was told to buy an air mattress at Walmart. The rooms are so outdated - not worth the price

Visiting family in the area and stayed 2 nights in the Governor's suite with my husband. Very comfortable. Quiet. Breakfast was good. Not as much variety due to Covid. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Was send a email for check in so did it. When got to the hotel they told me that email means nothing because it is sent by corporate and has nothing to do with them. I requested inside room with adjoining rooms with a traveling companions. We got outside rooms and they did not adjoin. When I spoke to them about this they said basically sorry they have nothing else. We had people hanging our room smoking marijuana all the time so it would go into our air conditioning vents. Our room smelled all the time. The rooms were so outdated and damp feeling. The only good thing I can say is the location is descent. I travel about 60 nights a year and I will say this is the worse place I have ever stayed in.

Overall the hotel is clean, and in a great location to walk to a lot of things. The beds could be a little more comfortable and needs better pillows. The staff is very nice and friendly. Even told us about a few good spots.

Great place. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Has 2 pools and they are both a fairly decent size. The outside pool goes up to 8 feet deep. 2 hot tubs also. The only negative, is that they dont clean the room everyday. All the hotels are like this though. They claim its because of Coved, but im sure its just to save money.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, hot breakfast, clean pools, easy to find on the 76 strip in Branson. The price for a family of six was very reasonable. Our room was spacious and easily slept six with two queen beds and a sofa bed, room included a fridge, microwave, extra tables and chairs.

My room was damp the entire 3day stay! It smells gross. There were bugs squished to the walls. Dead bugs covering the ac unit. Dirty toilet. Dirty/stained sheets! I feel dirty for having stayed there!

The staff was so kind! The breakfast was one of the best flavor wise that we've had for a free breakfast! Those ladies were awesome! The property had a great location! You could walk to so many attractions. The pools and hot tub were clean. The game room is outdated, but not bad. The air conditioning worked great!

Best Western Center Pointe Inn in Branson, MO. Their name says it ALL, they are centrally located in the Theater District and are very close walking distance to several GREAT shows. Best Western Center Pointe Inn also has a very knowledgeable, friendly staff who can suggest and book your shows for you at no extra cost. Plus everything was very clean and orderly Wonderful to relax in the indoor AND outdoor pools with hot tubs beside EACH not all hotels have both.

I was fooled by this hotels high customer rating. It rates high due to it great location. Everything is in walking distance. However the rooms are old, dark and smelly. Very depressing. I would not stay there again.

Room was not clean. Smudge on sink mirror. Hair on top toilet seat. Old dirty recliner chair in room. Shouldn't be there. This is an older outdated motel. The only and best part of my stay was the front desk attendant.

The location for this trip was great as it was close to all the routes which made it a lot easier to get around. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping and breakfast staff were great A little disappointed with the decor of the room because one closet did not have a light. Otherwise everything was great.

Clean rooms, although house keeping doesn't clean till you check out. They told us this upon check in, and that was alright with us. Had some issues with check in, but there was miscommunication between expedia and the hotel. But we were given good tips and will never go through a 3rd party site for hotels. Staff was exceptional, and the rooms were nice. It made our stay really enjoyable I would suggest bringing your own pillows, we weren't big fans of the ones provided

We really enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. The front desk attendants were very nice and cordial and made check-in and check-out process pleasant. The room was very clean and welcoming. We did not get to take advantage of the indoor pool but it has one. We were very impressed with the continental breakfast. This will definitely be our go to place when visiting Branson.

We loved staying here. Rooms are nice and clean. The staff was super friendly. Pool is open 8am until midnight so we were able to sneak in a couple swims a day. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay again.

The staff is so welcoming and easy check in/ out process. Breakfast was served instead of buffet style due to COVID. Still great variety. The pool area and hot tub was clean and is open until midnight, which is great if your out until late. Would definitely recommend.

I can not recommend this hotel in Branson enough. From the front desk, to the housekeepers, to those who prepared and served breakfast our family felt welcome and valued. If we stay in Branson again in the future, we plan to stay here.

We stayed 3 nights and the kids absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was great and the service was awesome. We would recommend this to anyone and we are already thinking about our stay for next year.

Motel was clean and seemed well sanitized. Staff was very accommodating allowing early check in and lots of info about local attractions along with some coupons, map and other information. “To go” breakfast was really amazing considering the current COVID issues. The staff were working very hard to follow sanitation, quality food and very friendly and professional.. We found several hand sanitizers, wipes and other options to take precautions. Our beds were very comfortable and size was fine for two kids and two adults in our party. The bathroom was very clean and contained plenty of supplies. We got a roll away and they very conveniently even thought of extra pillow, towels, lotion and soap & premise the bed.. The location is perfect right on 76, close to everything, but very quiet. We all enjoyed the view of the Ferris wheel. I would recommend this for any travelers.

Older hotel, but very clean. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Free hot breakfast available with different choices everyday. Right across the street from the Clay Cooper Theater and walking distance to the Titanic. Reasonably priced, especially if you are a Best Western member - there are regular deals available.

Just a quick overnight trip to Branson - stayed at this Best Western Plus site due to location being across the street from Clay Cooper's Theatre for the Dean Z Christmas show we had tickets to see (awesome show!), and the indoor pool. The hotel is very clean and quiet. Did not take advantage of the breakfast, but a modified (Covid) version was available. Took the granddaughters and they enjoyed the pool and hot tub! In my opinion, the bed was so very comfortable! I noticed several hand sanitizer locations throughout the building which i appreciated!!

Friends and I booked this hotel for a softball tournament our husbands played in. We had a great experience. The pool was great! We were stuck in a tornado warning and staff was very helpful with getting guests to the lower levels and making sure everyone was safe!

Stayed in the Best Western Center Pointe Inn at Branson. The Inn is very old, in need of some updating and very clean. They take the COVID-19 very seriously when it comes to cleaning; every surface that is touched by a guest receives a thorough cleaning. The hot breakfast was OK. Under the circumstances of 2020, they put out a “hot breakfast.” Coffee was very good!

The room, indoor pool area and elevator and hallways was very clean. The hot breakfast was great and all the staff was very friendly. The pillows was comfortable but not so much for the bed. I would stay hear again because of how clean and friendly the staff was.

Such a great place to stay with very helpful employees. We were on vacation and had lots of questions about Branson and they were very helpful! But most importantly the rooms were very clean and the customer service was excellent with a really good breakfast as well!! When we come back this is where we will always stay!

We stayed here for 3 days while celebrating our anniversary. When we arrived the hotel had put our names on the hotel sign for our anniversary, had towel swans on our bed and a bottle of sparkling grape juice.So sweet! The hotel has 2 great pools, inside and outdoor, 2 hot tubs and they are still serving a hot breakfast in to go containers. All the people that work her are super friendly and helpful. They will book your tickets for shows and sometimes cheaper than you can buy at the show itself. When we come back to Branson, we will stay here.

This hotel was a really nice place to stay. The people at the desk were very friendly and thorough with my needs. The accommodation were great, new looking rooms, very clean and fresh. The area around the hotel was easy to access all the attractions and shops. We will definitely be coming back.

We plan to use this hotel in the near future the next time we visit Branson. Asked for a tour of the place and they made it happen. Enjoy the fact that they had indoor and outdoor pools and hut tubs (closes at 12am.). Our room had a jet tub as well. The room was very spacious and unbelievable. Enough space to take blow ups beds for the children to sleep on so everyone can have there very own sleeping quarters. The hot breakfast included was great. We were able to eat our breakfast in our room. This hotel is right on the strip in the middle of EVERYTHING. Planning a group trip next year for family and friends. This is a great hotel. We walked to several attractions. Titanic museum is right next door. You could see the beautiful Ferris wheel lights at night from our room.The staff was excellent . Very friendly. The hotel was quiet. The bed was comfortable. All areas of the property were clean and in good repair.

The room was very nice and clean as was the pool area. Great room. we had a room on the 3rd floor and it was probably the most quiet nights sleep I have ever had in a hotel. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.Very welcoming. I would recommend this hotel. We walked to the Titanic museum and miniature golf and the Hollywood Wax museum.

Hotel is located on the strip within walking distance to many activities and restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast offering is a must, the food was fresh and the staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay here on my next trip to town.

Wonderful hotel! It starts with a cheerful smile and welcome to the hotel. Directions and a map were provided. In the lobby is a place where you can get tickets to all sorts of shows and attractions in Branson. This is NOT one of those things where you have to sit through a timeshare presentation. You walk in and ask if they have tickets to a particular show/attraction and they take care of thr rest. Unsure of what you want to do? Just ask and they will make a suggestion. We booked a King Suite with a Whirlpool tub. The room is very large, probably the size of 2 standard rooms. Bed was comfortable. The best part was the Whirlpool tub. Most hotels with Whirlpool tubs, the tubs themselves are quite small. Not here. The tub was large enough easily fit two people comfortably. The price for the suite was very reasonable. In fact, I would've paid an extra $50/night for it. The room and the hotel were all very clean and they are clearly taking extra precautions due to COVID-19. If you like your room colder, like we do, turn the air conditioner down an extra few degrees than you normally like. For a room this size, they need a bigger air conditioner. The indoor pool/hot tub was nice as well. If I had to be picky, I would suggest they put signs in the stairwells indicating which floor is the lobby, like they have in the elevator. Overall, I gave this hotel a five star rating. Is it fancy like the Ritz Carlton? No, but the customer service is just like I would expect at the Ritz Carlton. If nothing else, stay here for the customer service. We even had a message on our phone from the front desk asking if there was anything they could do to make our stay better. Small touches like this make this place! We will stay here again!

If you're planning a visit, contact Trish or Helen - they'll help you with room reservations as well as show tickets. Although a bit aged, the rooms are clean, the AC works great, and the location is handy to just about everything there is to do, including many of the great eating places.

Excellent staff, clean rooms right on the Branson strip. Stayed during the Covid-19 situation, breakfast room is closed but they have take out basically. Walk to the breakfast room and are greeted by a staff member that will get you whatever you want. Breakfast burritos, cereal, juice, milk, muffins etc. Great place and comfy beds, will stay here again!

This hotel is right in the middle of most of the shows and attractions, they offer clean rooms and very friendly staff. You can ask any of the staff, and if they can't answer you(which is rare) they will find someone who can help you. The pool area is always clean, as well as the breakfast area. You will receive a different type of main breakfast menu daily. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had 8 rooms of families staying at the hotel for a tourney and all rooms were clean, staff was extremely friendly and helpful and laundry on site was wonderful for the uniform washings between game days. Location is perfect for walking to a lot of different attractions and food options.

It was one of the cleanest hotels that we stayed at. The breakfast had more diverse food and awesome fresh coffee. Everyone that worked there greeted us with smiles and asked if we needed anything. They upped our room from a double to queen without added price!

This place was spot on for location and amenities. Some of the equipment didn't work in the Fitness Center, but everything else was great. Free Parking, Free Wifi and location was awesome. Its walking distance to a lot of places and the restaurants, shopping and exhibits are within your feet. Would definitely stay there again if the price is right, great customer service!!

We needed a place for a family of five and the 6 person suite did great. Funky layout but lots of space. Microwave and mini fridge were nice. The indoor pool was fun and the hot tub nice. The breakfast was as expected but with the best waffle set up we've ever had at a breakfast like this. Location was great for us.

We stayed here one night on a family trip to Branson between Christmas and New Year, 2019. -Spacious rooms. -Affordable. -Quiet. -Great Branson central location. -Indoor pool was enjoyed by the kids. -Very good hot breakfast with lots of options. In particular, the ladies working the breakfast were very friendly, courteous, and efficient. Highly recommended.

We were only stopping for a night, but you can usually count on Best Western to be clean and comfortable, and it was. The front desk staff was very nice and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location.

The hotel is right by by several attractions and you could easily walk to the Titanic! It sits off the road so noise is minimal when you want to get some rest. The staff was very helpful when we had a voucher to use and got everything settled quickly.

Our whole experience with this location from the time of booking my room until check-out was a very enjoyable experience. The staff members were all very pleasant to work with and Manager, Helen went above and beyond to help me with booking my room. The hotel was actually sold out while we were there but other than the crowds at breakfast you never would have known they were so busy. If there was one negative thing I would say it was about the temperature of the pool water. My kids were excited about the indoor pool but the water was really cold and not much fun. If swimming is not on your agenda, I would totally recommend this hotel to everyone, it is a very well run facility that takes pride in clean rooms and customer service!

We usually like to stay in less crowded areas, but we booked last minute so were glad to get a room at all in Branson. Turns out this was a great choice! The place has hotel and motel type rooms. The pool area is great The breakfast staff does a great job and every one we saw was polite and friendly, even thanking veterans for their service and going to tables to offer personal assistance. Vey impressive! The room could have had more outlets, but we were very pleased with our stay. This is a great location for sightseeing as it's close to many attractions and restaurants.

We only stay at this hotel when we come to Branson. They always take really good care of me and my wife. We are regulars here and I like that they know us by name. Trish and Josh get us tickets for all our shows. The girls in the breakfast room are always smiling and helpful. Really the whole staff is great and this is why we stay here only.

Checked in Early and was greeted by Vicky. Super Friendly and caring young lady who Loves her Job. We were looking to get a room with a sofa. We like to sit and enjoy life in the morning or before bed. All sofa rooms were booked. As a Bronze Member Vicky offered to see if could get a couple Lazy Boy recliners in the room. Maintenance made this happen easily with a Great Attitude. Room is great and Hot Breakfast walking distance to many venues. Thank You!!

We have stayed in this hotel many times before! It is convenient to the businesses on the strip and to Silver Dollar City. They have renovated since the last time we stayed and it is now really nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Great rooms and great service.

Large family suite was perfect! Great pool, hot tub, and game room. The location is excellent being right on the Branson strip with easy access to restaurants, shows, and fun family activities. May be our new go-to hotel for trips to Branson!

Breakfast could have been better, I liked it but only bacon was offered as a meat and Gravy was to thick. A good breakfast is the reason I stay at Best Western this one was nothing to write home about.

We have stayed at this best Western three times in the past seven months. Josh from the front desk was wonderful on the phone when I called to make the reservation. He explained everything to me and the process was so easy!! Our room was clean and the staff is friendly. We have always had a great stay each and every time! The pool area is nice with lots of seating & the kids it. The adults loved the hot tub. Breakfast has pretty good variety & Casey is always smiling & keeping everything stocked. Love this hotel & looking forward to our next stay!

My husband and I booked a quick trip to Branson Mo and spent one night at the Best Western Center Pointe. The hotel is not new but we were not disappointed because of how clean and well kept the property was.Although the hotel was on the main strip we were impressed with how quiet our accomodations were. Another plus was that we were in the middle of the town which gave easy access to the attractions. Center Pointe is close to Tanger outlets which was one of our trip destinations too! Breakfast was good,food plenteous and the dining area had lots of room. We forgot our swimsuits but it was good to know the indoor pool was open till midnight. I would recommend the Best Western Center Pointe and will be booking there again.

We had not stayed at this Best Western before, but were very pleased with it. All the staff were very helpful and made you feel welcome. It is an excellent location and gives easy access to bypasses around the heavy traffic on the blvd. We will stay here next time we are in Branson.

Fast check in, very nice clean room. Quiet location off main road. Did not eat the breakfast. Heater failed to work but maint man brought in a brand new unit and had us nice and toasty in minutes with no fuss. Nice stay.

This is a motel. The pictures online look like a hotel but it is not. Our room had little double beds and smelt like mildew. The breakfast was good... only reason I'm not giving it 1 star. I will not stay here again.

Great time of the year to visit. So much to do and see. So you don't need a huge room. Because you're not in your room much. But the time we were there. The people were very nice and always helpful. Grandson loved the indoor pool!

Located in the middle of the strip in Branson, MO on Highway 76. Easy to get in and out . Close to most of the theaters, shows and dining. Easy to travel to Tanger Outlet Mall and Branson Landing. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable about the area and will help with directions. Pool area is clean but is somewhat busy and loud. Grandkids love it. Full service restaurant adjoins the motel and meals are good and fair value (Montana Mike's)

Upon arriving, we were placed in the travel lodge section. We were NOT pleased at all. It is old and musty smelling. The staff worked with YS and had us in the hotel section....indoor rooms. This queen room was better.....very clean, but still aged.....very few outlets and NO USB PORTS. They said theyve been updated, but the times are dark. The room itself, as well as the entire hotel, was immaculate and very quiet. I cannot remember hearing people in hall or doors slamming. The cleaning staff were very pleasant, as well. The week we were there, we kept our room clean ourselves with clorox wipes. We didnt want people coming into our room. We put nite on door everyday as to towels, trashbags, to, etc. needed. They were very efficient in leaving us what we requested in front of our door in a bag. We placed our trash and used towels outside our door. Hotel us right in the middle of Branson, hence the name CENTER POINTE. It was within walking distance of many shows and attractions. We enjoyed our stay. OH! In the hotel, we had DOUBLE BATHROOM SINKS!

My church group had a wonderful time. Trish in Groups were amazing and helped us with everything we needed. We will stay here again if and when we return to Brandon. I also liked the option of having the hotel purchase our tickets to a play and we just pay them.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. The bed was comfortable and he room was clean so we were satisfied! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It was convenient to be able to get show tickets in the gift shop. The employee in there was super helpful too! We were surprised by how nice the hot breakfast was, lots of choices! It definitely gets busy at times but they have overflow seating in an adjoining area by the pool. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Very nice, reasonably priced, close to attractions hotel! Will stay there again if we visit Branson again!!

Hotel needs updated inside and out. Not what I expected from a Best Western at all. Had signs of water damage throughout and room smelled of mildew. Bad odor from ac. First room had yellow stained sheed and skirting was still dirty. I would not recommend.

Stayed at BW Center Point Inn in Branson, Mo. We had a great time. The kids enjoyed the pool and spa and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Check in was quick and we had no issues at the hotel. We will be back.

Wonderful stay. Hot tub and indoor pool was relaxing. Breakfast choices outstanding. I was greeted immediately upon checking in. The staff was super friendly, including the housekeepers! The housekeepers were very responsive to our needs and were NOT rude about it at other places I have stayed. BW Center Pointe is always my go to hotel in Branson. I love the location!!! It's within short walking distance to a lot of attractions and shows.

rooms were very clean and up to date. breakfast buffet was great with many different options of breakfast items . pool and hot tub area was very nice. right across the street was clay coopers theater .

Made reservations in May. By Sept. they got mixed up and cancelled without letting me know. All email said the correct days but when we got there they showed wrong date and showed a no show description.. They then booked us in a lesser quality room with no handicap provisions. Net loss of 32,000 rewards points.

We have stayed at the Center Pointe Best Western 2 years in a row because of it's location. We can walk to several restaurants & shows. Getting into and out of the driveway & onto the main highway can be tricky during the busy season in Branson--that is exactly why we go the end of September.

My family decided to go to Branson for a quick weekend getaway and with so many motel options it was a bit difficult but we settled on this one and overall happy with it. The front desk clerks were friendly and got us checked in quickly. We were on the third floor so not a lot of noise from other guests. Our room was okay....could use a little tlc... the sink outside the bathroom was loose so every time I turned the faucet on it moved. Furniture was a but worn but functional. No usb or outlets next to the beds for charging phones. A/C started making a weird noise the second night but worked, although most of the cold air went up behind the curtains. Beds were comfortable but the pillows were awful. Very small, square and lumpy. Need to replace. Room seemed clean overall. We did enjoy the pools and hot tubs. Nice having one of each both in and outdoors. I did notice that the rope was broken off in the outdoor pool and someone could cut themselves. Need to fix that. Also open til midnight is great. All were clean. Breakfast was adequate...although it does get crowded. I liked that we could get discounted tickets in the gift shop. Saved us money and time. Location was great! Close to a lot of attractions and restaurants within walking distance. We only used our car once to go get dinner the second night. Overall not bad for the price but this place could be excellent with a little TLC and maybe updating some furniture. Would return if we go back to Branson.

Comfortable beds, new sheets, clean and quiet room.....loved the indoor pool and hot tub being open until midnight so we could enjoy after our evening Branson show! Breakfast staff were the best! Nice breakfast selection....

We checked in at front desk. They said welcome. We told told him it was our anniversary and he said happy anniversary. He put "happy anniversary with our name under outdoor sign on board. We thought that was great. Nobody never did that to us before. Plus we got a bottle of grape juice. Excellent experience. Will be back again!

This is the second time we came to this place which says alot about how we feel about staying there. This Best Western was clean and had everything we needed and more to make our stay great! The complimentary breakfast was nice and well stocked. It also has an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, though we did not use. We did use their ticket service which was very convenient located in their gift shop. We walked to two shows and two restaurants from where they are located as it is within walking distance to many attractions. We will stay here the next time we come.

Good place for families even though it is pretty much just me and my hubby. You really don't hear anyone else. They have an inside and outside pool. Easy to get to and in walking distance to most attractions and shows. Everyone is very nice. You can even buy tickets there too. It is clean

The rooms are very clean, great location right in the heart of the Branson strip. Close to many restaurants and attractions. Indoor and outdoor pools were very nice. Would go back again. The bed was not so comfortable had could use a new mattress but all in all great place,

We decided to stay another night in Branson (we had been at a condo in West Branson) so I went through a 3rd party discount site to book the room and I always state that I want at least a 4 on TripAdvisor and this is the chain that we received. I am beginning to wonder if people that stay in the Branson area have different expectations from a room than I do. This to me, should barely be a 3. Check in was a breeze. The person that checked us in was informative and very personable. He gave me explicit directions on how to get to the room and told us about parking, swimming pools and the breakfast location. We were in room 112. When we walked in I immediately called the front desk and told him that there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke, dampness, etc. I didn't want to get charged for smoking in the room. He did send someone from housekeeping to put an air freshener strip of some type in the AC unit and she also told us to leave the vent going in the bathroom. The beds were far more comfortable than what we had been sleeping on the past 3 nights so that was a plus. The shower was okay, the shower head needs to be cleaned with lime away or something along that line, so the water doesn't go everywhere but down. Water pressure was good. Refrigerator was okay, but the freezer portion didn't freeze the freezer packs that I had brought. We went to look to see if they had anything that we would be interested in eating for breakfast the morning of checkout. I am a yogurt person, but nothing was left in the refrigerator (I saw someone take the last one). Granted it was very busy in the breakfast room so I can imagine that restocking could be an issue. We decided to go elsewhere from breakfast. Location is great but we won't be staying here again.

The room #111 smelled musty, couldn't get rid of the smell. The toilet didn't work half of the time and the sink took minutes to drain. I don't understand how they received so many great reviews on TripAdvisor, but we all have different preferences. Maybe this room was assigned to me because I booked with a discount 3rd party app. I believe hotels and motels always have the ability to avoid negative reviews like mine by selling a quality product and treating everyone the same. Anyway, there are many better options for the price in my humble opinion. I stay in Branson hotels and motels quite often and would say the best quality of this motel is the location. Also the staff is friendly.

We were booked in the Governor's Suite, which is a huge room with a walk in closet, king size bed, and a full size hot tub in the bathroom. Very relaxing. A/C was not properly suited for the size of the room. I like it cold, like 68*, dont thinknit ever made it oast 73 but it wasnt unbearable,filter to a/c smelled a little musty but nothing big. 2 sparkling pools, great location to everything, staff was super nice, breakfast was good. Hot fresh coffee, juice, milk, yogurt, fruit cups, biscuits and gravy,eggs, meat choice, hot fresh waffles, toast bagels, instant oatmeal,cereal,muffins or pastries, and tortillas to make breakfast burritos. We would love to stay here again. We read reviews before staying and it lived up to all the positive reviews, since no one ever says what kind of breakfast hotels offer, I hope this review helps.

We enjoyed this hotel very clean and the beds we're so comfortable! Great location will definitely stay again. the pools were clean the only thing I didn't like was the employees break room was right above the outdoor pool just a little awkward and the pool outside was very small.

I took my ball team to stay there the end of July, everything seemed fine. I just found out about another group that stayed there after us who apparently they received a personal phone call and offered a discounted rate to come back. To my knowledge there was no problem with the group I had and we have stayed there before. Not sure why another group gets special treatment though, doesn't seem like good business. I will have to check around next time we are playing in Branson since maybe our business isn't up to par.

Yes we stayed at the Best Western Center Pointe Inn it was a really good hotel and the room was nice I liked the breakfast and it was a great place to stay in the area I would go back and stay there. In Branson

The hotel was an average hotel. The front desk was courteous. Cleaning crew, well one lady was accommodating and courteous. However, one day we requested more towels and instead of knocking the cleaning staff walked right in, to my surprise! I have never had this happen before anywhere! They usually always knock, so I was taken back. All in all it was a decent place. Would I stay there again..not sure. In all honesty though, I think Branson has many hotels/motels in question. As we drove the strip many have been left in disrepair and need torn down. It has been a few years since I have been there and was surprised at some of the places that used to be beautiful and appealing.

This was a nice and clean hotel.you feel right at home.Every one was very nice and friendly.The complimentary break fast was nice.we stayed on the first floor in the Maine building.which was close to the indoor pool and the breakfast room.they also have an outside pool.this hotel is on the Maine strip and close to everything even silver dollar city.we stay at this hotel every time we are in Branson.

5 rooms were treated for bed bugs during our stay. We were given multiple reasons for what was happening in the rooms that had the doors taped shut, none of which were the truth (bed bugs). An indoor and outdoor pool can cover for a lot of things, but not bed bugs,

Best Western Center Pointe Inn is an awesome hotel to stay at while in Branson. The staff goes out of your way to take care of your needs. Very friendly and helpful. This is always my choice of hotels to stay while in Branson. Price is always reasonable and the location is perfect.

The staff was friendly and nice. The outside of the hotel was in decent order. The room was ok but could have been a bit bigger. It had everything needed but needed little more space. I would stay again but I hope I have enough space for my daughter considering she is in a wheelchair.

We had a very spacious 2-room family suite. Beautiful fireplace, huge bathroom, 1 long, 2 double beds, it was just perfect for our family of 6. The grandkids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool areas, and the breakfast buffet every morning. Very courteous staff. Perfect location on the strip. This was our first visit to Branson. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

they offer the best customer service, breakfast accomodations, and staff of any Best Western we have booked. Their breakfast is very good, and their staff is as well. I would recommend this location for anyone staying in Branson, Mo. And they are located in the middle of several shows, restaurants, ect, Very central location to all the action.

We enjoyed everything about the hotel , the kids loved the indoor pool. Staff was friendly & went out of their way to help.The location was close to most all attractions and worked out well. Check in and out was quick and easy.

Great location on the strip close to shops, Walmart and attractions. The steakhouse Montana Mike's located in the parking lot was delicious!! We just needed a quiet getaway for a few days and enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. Would stay again if we go back one day.

This is the best place to stay, it is clean, comfortable, friendly staff. This was the second year we stayed at Center Pointe and will stay again next year. I booked a handicapped room, not realizing that it did not have a walk in shower which we really needed but the staff did provide a shower seat which was not the best situation for an amputee but it did work.

The hotel was fine. The cleani g staff on the weekend was horrible. They didnt clean the room, halfway made the beds and two pair of sunglasses came up missing. I would stay at BW again, just not the one in Branson,Mo. Cenretpointe on 76 highway.

The Tesla chargers were the reason for our stay. We found the hotel very good and plan to return. Would recommend installing a minimum of 3 Tesla chargers at all locations.

We stayed at this Hope last week and it was really good. Location was excellent! Walked to the Titanic, a few restaurants, and a few shows. Loved not having to drive everwhere. Room was quiet and quite nice. Employees were so nice and helpful! Would definitely stay there again.

The place is so great, the location are perfect and it close to everything, the area are fantastic. The room are very clean and comfortable, the beds too. I stayed for 2 nights and if I have chance to come again I'll chose this place again.

This was a decent hotel. We stayed 3nights. Thursday was our first night there and the front staff was friendly. The room was clean but very humid. The floor felt wet due to this. The pool was kinda small but was still nice. Thursday it wasn't crowded and the kids had a great time. Friday and Saturday a baseball team/teams came in and they over crowded the pool. Kids were physically fighting in the pool and splashing strangers on purpose. It wasn't fun at all. The breakfast was the basic continental breakfast with cereal, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, fruit and yogurt. the biscuits and gravy were very good! There's not a lot of seating but you can sit by the pool or go back to your room with it. Best time to get it is between 7-8 otherwise it gets very busy! Overall it was a decent hotel to stay. Plus it's right on the strip across from the wax museum and right next to pasghettis and the titanic museum

This Best Western is centrally located to all of your needs in Branson. Clean, comfy and friendly staff. I stay at this one everytime I am in Branson. Will recommend to everybody!!! Well worth the price.

We came for a short getaway. We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. We have never been disappointed with Best Western Center Point . The staff is awesome. They have people that have worked there for years. It's nice to see familiar faces. It is in a great location which is a plus. The breakfast was outstanding.

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend. Our room was on the 1st floor 2 queen beds in the main building. Room location was just steps away from the breakfast area and indoor pool. Everything was clean and quiet. This hotel is in a perfect location. We had Haygood tickets and theater was directly across the street. Within walking distance to lots of attractions. My only complaints were the shampoo/body wash dispensers in the shower did not work and water pressure was not that good. Also the air conditioner did not cool well. Outdoor pool is very small and it was always packed so we were unable to use it. Not sure if I would stay again myself, but it is in the middle of the strip, so location was very handy to everything.

It's a location is the center of the strip. Best location there is. We were in a room close to the street and didn't hear the the traffic. Friendly staff and very helpful. Skip the tickets offered in the gift shop and go to the 2for 1 place.

I booked this hotel based on reviews I had read. After a 6 hour trip with two children when we got to the location it smelled horrible, like mold. In our room my eyes burned, watered and was blood shot within ten minutes. After looking at the furniture and items in the room it hadn't been dusted in a very long time. We were offered another room in the same condition. After two hours of talking to the hotel staff and the booking company, praise the Lord, we were able to get a refund. The beds were also horribly lumpy. The lady we worked with was very nice on the plus side of things. But we won't ever stay at a Best Western again.

We stayed in the Best Western Center Pointe Inn for 3 nights the first part of April 2019. We loved everything from the great breakfast every morning to the room which was clean and well kept. We got the Governor's Suite since it was for our anniversary and I loved the big whirlpool tub. Anything we needed they were right on. I do want to give a big shout out to Casey and Anita who made sure that our breakfast was warm and plenty of it every morning. They always were smiling and talking with the guests. They were great! Also the gentleman (I forgot his name) when I called in to make my reservations sold me on the location. He was right! The events we wanted to see were literally within walking distance. Great location and an overall awesome experience. Planning on going back soon!

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and nice. Indoor pool was nice and clean. Breakfast was biscuit gravy, breakfast burrito fixings, eggs, bacon/ham, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, bread, donuts, bagels, juice, milk, coffee. Overall it was a nice place to stay. Would stay again.

Family of 7 spring break road trip. The room was clean, the staff was accommodating and helpful with our large family, they had a nice little breakfast selection, and it's in a great location too! Walking distance to dining and fun family attractions also.

The beds where comfortable, and the room was spacious. It's conveniently located to shows and attractions. A lot of which is walkable. The hot tub and indoor pool were wonderful. The breakfast was average with eggs, sausage, biscuits, cereal. Normal breakfast selection. And there is a bbq grill in the courtyard as well. I did have an issue with a bug in my bed, but besides that I would stay there again in the future.

Had a great vacation with my grand daughter and BEST WESTERN helped make it that way.The room was clean and the beds were so comfortable. Also liked the pool and hot tub. After all the running around Branson I needed a hot tub.

The Rooms Are Small & Dated . The Shower / Bathtub is at Least a Foot Higher than the Floor & You Must Step Up to Get In , but It Makes It About 2 feet Up When You Step Out , Kind of Surprise When Getting Out !! The Hotel Is Older & Looks Worn , as Well as the Rooms , Which Are Small & the Bathroom & Sink Area , Small . The Hotel is on a Slope , Most of Branson Is , but the Views from the Rooms Are Terrible !! I Was Not Impressed with This Stay or the Hotel , the Window in the Room is Off Center of the Wall , Weird !!

Would highly recommend this hotel for the service, location and spacious, clean rooms. We never used the Indoor pool or hot but but it looked great and it was very clean. The best part of staying here was we could walk to several shows and have dinner in the restaurant right in front of the hotel so it cut down on the driving. Also, you can book al of the shows through the hotel and they were extremely helpful in letting you know what shows were worth seeing. Love staying here!

Room rates are outrages. Beds are hard. Everything else is OK. Checkout had exceptional people that were polite. Location was convenient next to restaurant and other attractions. Hotel was mid center of Branson and could go either direction for entertainment

I have to admit that I'm a TOTAL hotel snob. I want clean, quiet rooms that are updated and front desk staff that's always there to answer the phone. I'm going to admit that I stayed at two different hotels, within about 1/4 mile of each other on the strip. Each had redeeming qualities. The Best Western is where my sister and her family were staying. She told me not to be a “B” when I pulled in. I laughed...until I pulled in. But I went inside and everyone was so nice. I got a room in the main section (I only knew to ask this because my sister has stayed there before)...Victoria was so nice as to make sure I got a room near my sister, which made me so happy!!! We visited the opening weekend of SLC. SUPER busy!!!! Hotel was full, which also meant pool was OVER full, and breakfast was impossible to even find a seat. We ended up eating out to not have to fight the crowd or fight for food. I will have to say though...there is the nicest lady watching over breakfast and greeting everyone. (The other - non-chain hotel - I stayed at had a larger space for breakfast, and more food, and a larger pool) Which place would I choose??? Not really sure, but Best Western offers good deals sometimes. Might be a deal breaker there. Plus, they are slightly more centrally located. (Things within walking distance). My biggest plus about a chain hotel is that they have people (more than 1) on staff 24/7 at the front desk. Yes, it's an older place...not too updated, but it's CLEAN and everyone working there is nice. That, in itself, is worth 5 stars. I only gave it 4 because of small breakfast area and not very updated. If you're cool with that, stay here. Seriously. It was quiet too!!!!

Arrived on Thursday from Houston for one night. Room was ready and very comfortable. Checked out Friday to visit with family in Branson. Returned to Best Western on Tuesday, 12th of March, for three nights. Josh and the management made sure our accommodations were very special. We couldn't have been more pleased. The complimentary breakfasts were delicious as were the ladies working in this area. The location of the hotel was perfect to get to the shows and attractions. We enjoyed our Branson trip and look forward to returning again. Larry & Carolyn

Arrived at the Best Western Center Point Inn to check in and was promptly greeted by the Front Desk Staff. (This Hotel has Indoor and Outdoor Rooms). Found out we were scheduled to be in the outdoor rooms and I asked could we be moved to an inside room. They obliged with no problems and there was a small fee for this but well worth it. Received my keys and found parking (Has Plenty) and went to our Room. The Room was very clean and we had plenty of Towels and supplys. Went to Breakfast the next day and the Staff was very helpful. The entire Staff from the front Desk, Breakfast Attendants, Pool Guy and Cleaning Staff all had smiles on there faces and were very attentive to the guest needs and always had a kind word to say. I would stay at this Hotel again. Thank you for the Hospitality!!!

We stayed at the BW Center Pointe for three nights before Christmas. The staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating (we asked for a room on the top floor that was also on a corner). They have a good breakfast selection. Eggs, sausage, fruit, and a waffle maker. The room was clean. This hotel is right on the main strip in Branson. There are many restaurants, theaters, and activities within walking distance.

We booked a family vacation..the first two night were okay. The rooms are clean, the staff are very sweet & friendly. Then two bus loads of youth groups arrived that the hotel was expecting. Unfortunately, they were not at all prepared to deal with the influx of people. There isn't even half of the seating (or food) needed if the hotel is near capacity. People were eating breakfast in the pool area. When we got to breakfast (early, mind you), there was no eggs, no biscuits, no sausage. Let them eat yogurt! We ended up going out for breakfast...which is not what you expect when you book a hotel with breakfast provided. No worries...we will just hop on down to the gym for a quick workout...get our heads in a positive space, right? Uh...ONE treadmill for this entire hotel? ONE weight machine for this entire hotel? Needless to say, we are BUFF now! We are also exceedingly well rested, because those bus loads of kids were totally quiet all night long. Staff was not even a little prepared to tell these little folks that other people in the hotel expect to sleep? at 1am.

Management takes pride in their property! The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, nice size room. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great, the breakfast area was kept very clean. Convenient and quiet. This will be our go to place while staying in Branson!!!

We stayed in December and were pleased with the nightly rate. The room was unique and perfect for a family. The main room had a king bed with small deck. There was a tv and electric fireplace in that room, along with a coffee maker. The first and second rooms were separated by a door for privacy. The second room had two double beds, a recliner, a small closet, TV, and refrigerator. The bathroom was very large and had towel sets for six. The room was clean, had plenty of room and the thermostat worked well. The indoor pool was clean and heated. The spa was also very clean. The breakfast was hot and very good - much better than we anticipated. Finally, it is in a good location just a few miles from SDC and Montana Mike's and a pasta place is on either side of the hotel. We ate at Montana Mike's and were pleased with the service and portions.

I usually stay somewhere else in Branson, but I will be staying here for now on. It is well worth the money. I loved the size of the room. The bed was comfortable. The indoor swimmingpool is open late enough you can see a show and actually use the pool and hot tub.

Very friendly staff and clean pools and breakfast area. However, the rooms were slightly damp due to the high humidity at the time of year (Labor Day). We were in the main building with an interior corridor and entry. The rooms that were in the motel-style buildings with exterior entries didn't seem as damp. We had a family reunion so we were scattered all over the hotel and got to see a lot of rooms. They are all clean and nice. If you like being on the strip with some activities and convenient stores in walking distance, this is a great place. If you prefer a quiet area and you are driving most places, I would probably stay off the strip. Nothing against the hotel, just based on location. The steak house that shares a parking lot with this hotel is very good...however, it lacks in atmosphere.

I've stayed here several times. If you are familiar with Branson it's right on the main “tourist drag.” Easy walk to many attractions (Titanic, Wax Museum), restaurants, theatres and souvenir shops. It's also near a signal light, so not to hard to get in or out by car. Parking is relatively level, which is sometimes hard to find in Branson. The rooms are plain, but cozy. The beds are soft and comfy. I really like having the free breakfast available. It's nothing fancy, but includes basics like eggs, biscuits, gravy, various meats (bacon or sausage, etc) fresh and can fruit, hot and cold cereal, various breads and muffins, waffle maker, etc. I like that the breakfast room is near the pool. Always bright sunlight coming through those big windows. Overall a good experience.

This Best Western has a GREAT LOCATION. A shout out to VICTORIA (front desk) for excellent customer service, an issue, that she personally corrected. This location is very clean. The bed was about an 8. The BREAKFAST AREA was very clean, and breakfast was EXCELLENT. This was our fourth stay at this location, and I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN..

This hotel was central located and close to several activities and restaurants. It was a busy Thanksgiving weekend so it was crowded at breakfast but did get to sit poolside. Very nice indoor pool and hot tub. Everyone was nice.

I was extremely impressed with this hotel. The location is great, right in the middle of the strip. Easy access to restaurants, shopping and shows. The lobby is set up very nice, it was a wonderful first impression. Very kind and helpful staff. The room was exceptionally clean, right down to having your remote in a "fresh remote" cloth bag. We felt very safe in the hotel and location of it. I would for sure stay here again on another trip to the area.

Like the location and close parking to the room. Just what I was looking for in a clean place to spend the night. It is the middle of a lot of attractions. Pleasant experience staying here. Montana Mike's is next door.

Very good handicap, lots of bars to hold on too, Sue helped me get some milk for pills late at night (very nice about it), Casey (everyone loves her, I can see why) The ticket lady is very helpful, it is not a discount ticket, but it is very nice to get your tickets and go. I like to get deals but sometimes I want to just go and have fun, I think her name was Josie, very fun and personable. The motel gives you a good view of the Farris wheel, we walked to Montana steakhouse which is nice. The manager left us a welcome message, it was nice and heartfelt. I don't see the need to shop around, the price was fair, not cheap, not too high 84.00 was my first night, it gets higher during the holiday season. The Christmas season music starts November 1, which is way too early but that's how its done there.. Great stay

We initially booked our stay with a popular expensive resort in Branson and knew the first night we couldn't stay there , due to paper thin walls where we heard every word our neighbors were saying. We stopped by Best Western Center Pointe Inn to see if they could accommodate us and were greeted with smiling faces more than willing to find us exactly what we needed. We had two nights of quiet, peaceful sleep. Room was clean and updated. We also felt valued when we received a call from the front desk asking if we were enjoying our stay and had a call from housekeeping making sure we didn't need anything before they went home for the day as we had a Do Not Disturb sign on our door. Awesome stay and we will be booking there again for our next Branson trip. Thank you for putting your guests first.

We stay at this Best Western every visit to Branson MO. We spent our Honeymoon here and return every yr. to celebrate. We also stay here at Best Western each time we Visit Branson MO. The Staff treat's you like Family. They are very Professional and caring in Guest Comfort. I would not think of staying anywhere else when visiting Branson. My husband, 2 friends, and I went to Branson to celebrate our birthdays. Check in was very quick. The two people at the front desk were very polite and helpful. They gave us 2 free tickets to the ferris wheel. I asked about other area attractions, and they told me their favorites and gave us brochures of their recommendations for our group, which was very helpful. The location is literally in the center of it all, right next to the Titanic Museum and close to the Ferris Wheel. The layout of the motel is a bit different from others, but not bad. The breakfast was delicious everyday, and I liked that they changed it up a little each morning. The breakfast attendants were very polite and accommodating. There is a lovely gift shop in the front lobby where you can buy tickets to some of the attractions, and souvenirs and jewelry. I bought a beautiful necklace with matching earrings. On our last night, we ate at the restaurant right in front of the motel, Montana Mike's Steak house. We were able to walk to it. It was also very good. The indoor pool and hot are open until midnight. The pool was a little bit chilly, but we still swam in it and used the hit tub. Overall, I was very happy with the stay, and highly recommend it!

A total of 44 of us spent four nights at the BW while attending musical and play opportunities at Branson. The motel is in the right place, and the people are the right people to accommodate such groups.

We stayed for 4 nights and our experience was excellent. We checked in and asked for our room to be near the Musicland Campground (we had family staying there) and a first floor room. The front desk lady said, no problem and took care of our requests. The room location was exactly what we wanted. The room was clean and roomy. The mini fridge was even a little bigger than other places we had stayed. The pool and hot tub area were clean - I used the hot tub every night and it was very relaxing. Each morning we had breakfast and the variety was great. The breakfast ladies were quick to bring out new food and clean & wipe off tables. Each member of the staff that we came into contact with during our visit were super friendly. We will be staying here next time we make to Branson.

We had reservations for Monday through Thursday, however we arrived a day early which was Sunday afternoon. At the front desk Vicky said "no problem". She put us in Room 103 downstairs and we had a wonderful five day stay. At the on site gift shop Trish booked us a tour of Branson, with VIP Tours. Great tour and the owner Joe provides a lot of history about the area. Vicky,Trish and Joe THANK YOU so much for the excellent customer service. First class all the way!

We stayed for 5 nights here in Branson. The room was adequate, very clean and we had everything we needed there. The faucet in the bathtub needed attention...it was loose and the last day it just came off in my hand. The sink faucet was hard to turn so it also needed attention. Service was great and she kept the room clean and the towels restocked. The hotel is right in the center of the action, so it was easy going anywhere we wanted to go. Breakfast was very good...always eggs, meat, juices, cereal, pastries, yogurt and good coffee. We were satisfied.

I picked this place because I was taking a trip with my daughters, and wanted a safe place. Not that this wasn't safe, but you entered your rooms from outside. That was my fault for not checking better. Had I known that, I would have saved money by staying somewhere else that also had outside entrances. Also wanted the indoor pool, but it was overcrowded by a rowdy baseball team at our time of use, so it was useless to us. Breakfast room was very crowded, both mornings people chose to eat by the pool for extra space. Good selection of food, and the staff tried to keep the food stocked as best they could. Room was okay, nothing special, and for what I paid, I would have booked elsewhere for a more updated room. I guess the price was based on location, because the location is central and very handy if you chose to walk. Would not stay here again. Too many choices in town I would pick over this place.

Stayed last week We had a great stay, clean room, clean linens, good breakfast, good location, good customer service. Me and my hubby were very comfortable here. Only request I have is the rooms have easy location for plugs by the beside. For people who need to plug in a cpap machine (or any medical equipment) or phone near the bed.

We are 2 middle age couples spending 5 nights in Branson. This week seems to be a slow window between summer rush and fall rush. This hotel is very clean, the staff are welcoming & accommodating. Breakfast is very good. The indoor pool and hot tub very clean. We are in the main building where the pool is. The outdoor pool & hot tub are closed probably because it is slower with no families. We would have used the outdoor hot tub if it were open. They offer you regular hotel service OR the 'green' option (to not clean room & change towels daily, towels can be exchanged at front desk) We like this option because daily service is unnecessary and not environmental. They had recycle bins on lower floor. It would be best to have bins on every floor. International travellers are used to recycling. Location is excellent and we would definitely stay here again.

Located in the center of town making most venues easy to find. We got upgraded to the honeymoon suite at no extra charge. Service was great, staff are very friendly and attentive. Rooms and pool area are clean and well maintained. Wifi works great and easy parking. Our only complaint is lack of recycling bins, only found a couple in the whole building. If we could suggest or change anything it would be to add small recycling bins to each room. We found the lack of recycling bins consistently throughout Branson, not only at this hotel.

Stayed 4 days for our anniversary. We went to several area attractions covering all quadrants of Branson. This hotel was perfectly located to easily reach our destinations. Take advantage of the lovely indoor pool. And never skip breakfast!

First of all if you are looking for a place close to several restaurants, shows, and things to do then this is a great place. On 2 occasions we just walked to dinner and walked across the street for a show. The staff is awesome. Great folks and very friendly. Like how the breakfast staff made you feel right at home. We go to Branson and normally stay at different locations. We will be back here on our next trip. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

This motel has a great location on the strip. There are placed to walk near-by, along with a close pizza delivery place and Walgreens. This motel isn't brand new, but we experienced no problems at all and were very pleased with the price. The breakfast area is a little small (which wasn't an issue during the weekdays) but there is overflow in the indoor pool area which is very nice. There are two pools and it was nice to get to use both, especially when one was kind of full. The staff were kind and helpful and we had a great experience. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Picked BW Pointe Inn because it looked close to attractions on the map and I hate driving at night when there's a lot of traffic. It wasn't BW's fault but there is nothing close to all the attractions....Branson is spread out along a 3 mile stretch. It was close to a restaurant and for that we were thankful. The staff was helpful but check-in took a long time...not sure if it was the computer system or the desk clerk. The room was fine and comfortable and had a m/w and a refrigerator which was nice. Breakfast wasn't that good...edible is about all I can say for it. If, and that's a big "IF", we ever go to Branson again I don't think I'll stay at this BW again.

Had to stay with my family and they gave us a room with dirty cigarette smell which was hard for kids. Never going back there. First time having a bad experience with Best Western. They have to make sure they give what the promise while booking the rooms

We stayed one night at this hotel. It was over Labor Day and hotel and city was packed with tourist. Check in was speedy and room was comfy, so was bed. We would come back to this hotel if we were in this area.

The hotel was clean, convenient and easy to park in with lots of free parking. They let us check in early which helped with our plans. The rooms are older but well appointed ( not a lot of outlets, bathrooms seem new). The biggest knock is that the A/C did ok for temp but the room was VERY humid when we arrived and stayed humid all night, where everything felt kind of wet including the sheets which made sleeping difficult ( we were on floor 2 the indoor pool is on floor #1). The morning breakfast was better than most hotels.

This is one of the better hotels we have stayed at in the area. The location is good, parking is ample. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean. We asked for an extra blanket and it was delivered quickly. The outdoor pool and hot tub were clean and very refreshing. The breakfast was excellent. We were there 4 mornings and it was hot and varied every day. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. My only suggestion would be to provide a tip jar for the breakfast staff. Even though it is right off the strip, it was very quiet.

We live very close to Branson and when we realized this hotel had both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. Both were nice and well taken care of which was what we wanted for our visiting 6 year old granddaughter who had just learned to swim and wanted to do nothing else. The part of the hotel we stayed in was an older part but was clean and neat and meet our needs for the swimmer. There is a newer part but not sure what it would be like. There is a good steak house that uses the same parking lot.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and there was access across the parking lot to a nice restaurant. Parking lot was probably the only real challenge, not a lot of spaces near the rooms.

We were driving to Atlanta and made a pit stop in Branson on way there and back again. Had never heard of it and were shocked to find this diamond in the rough. We love best westerns and got a room no problem on a Sunday night and on way back for last room on Saturday It wasn't fancy but clean and easy access to walk the strip. Had an indoor pool and outdoor pool. Loved the drive up to room. Only complaint was there was no food left at breakfast as it was so packed. Other than that great place. Would stay again.

We stayed for 5 days in the double bed room. We asked for a free upgrade and was turned down. The beds were typical hotel beds. Not super horrible but not the best we have had. The shower pressure was great but you would get random shots of boiling hot or freezing cold. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of foods. The kids favored the outside pool/hot tub because it had a partial view of the Ferris wheel and the helicopter tour traffic. The hotel is in a great location, next to the Titanic and across from the wax museum. They offer a microwave in the room and plates/utensils in the breakfast area which we though was great since we had way too many leftovers to handle. All in all, this is a great little hotel that we will definitely be staying at the next time we are in Branson despite the few flaws (not enough to give it a low rating)

Hotel service was very good -- great breakfast choices and great location for easy access to Branson events. Rooms were large, clean and very comfortable. The grandkids loved the indoor pool area. The inhouse ticket service was very handy. We had one cliche with some ticketing but it was handled.

Spent 5 days 4 nights in Branson. Hotel was perfectly located for all of the activities we wanted to do. Many activities were with in walking distance. The Main Street in front of the hotel is always busy but in the room you wouldn't be able to tell because everything was so quiet. We really enjoyed both pools and it was a plus they were open until 12am. Had so much fun. Wish we would have stayed longer. We will be back next year.

Clean room, nice appearance for the property, pool area well maintained. My only complaint was the breakfast which left a lot to be desired. Overall, I would recommend this if you want to stay on the strip in Branson.

Not really a good experience for me and my family. Unfortunately this is not the first time staying in a BW property and not having a good experience. Maybe, next time I may stay in a BW Plus property but never again in a BW

My daughter and 2 grandchildren stayed here for a few days while enjoying branson. Very nice and pools and hot tubs great. Room was clean and comfortable for the price range. Close to attractions and restaurants.

Staffs unwillingness to help was beyond unacceptable. We needed some help getting some milk for a baby's bottle in the middle of the night, and The response I had from the front desk staff was “ we don't have any milk. You'll have to buy it somewhere else”. REALLY?? A hotel that offers complimentary breakfast doesn't have any milk to offer to its guests? The worst part of our stay was finding out that we had multiple bedbug bites. Nasty!! Terrible!! Unacceptable!

It was clean and decent but had the look of a motel with the outdoor entrances and lack of decor in the rooms. The outdoor hot tub smelled like stinky feet and was more like a home hot tub. It had 4 bucket seats and both of us almost fell while trying to get in since there's no steps. For the price in that area I would have expected a better hotel, if the price was lower than it would have been better star ratings for us. Breakfast buffet area was good.

Check-in was quick and efficient. Room (235) was clean. Water was nice and hot if you let it run awhile. Location is good, parking good. Parking lot and exterior were clean. Wifi was generally good. Two pools. Staff was nice, and efficient. Outsides of buildings look new, but the interior layouts are from decades ago. My room was slightly small, as was the bathroom (though space is at a premium in the middle of Branson). There was a square table instead of a desk, and a rickety chair instead of an office chair. Check-in clerk told me the breakfast was awesome. He was wrong. Breakfast was average, with the breakfast room way too small for a motel this large. Guest washer was good, guest dryer wasn't, needing two cycles to get the clothes dry. There are other minor compromises you'll run across. Price wasn't bad for a Best Western in Branson on a July weekend. The motel is three separate buildings. They're on slopes, so the ground floor at one end can be the second floor on the other end. Not all buildings have elevators. Overall 5/5. Value 5/5. Wifi 5/5. Recommended. I'd stay there again.

This hotel was right on the strip in Branson and right in the center of all the action. we were there for 3 days and 2 nights. Check in was super easy and the front desk staff was really nice and helpful. They also had a concierge that was very helpful with helping us plan shows and giving directions to different places that we wanted to go. Also if you buy your tickets at the hotel you receive a discount on the tickets. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The best part about our stay was the breakfast!! Very Very good!! Lots of choices from waffles, eggs bacon, sausage, cereal, yogurt, muffins, bagels and so much more!!! Very well priced also! Will be going back and staying here!!!

This is a great location. It is on the strip and walking distance to attractions but is also less than a block to the routes to by-pass the strip. The hotel was clean! Their was an agent on-site to purchase tickets to shows. The hotel has both an indoor and outdoor pool. My children enjoyed both while we visited. Breakfast had the normal eggs, biscuit and gravy, sausage, bagels, yogurt, fruit cups, waffles, pancakes, cereal. They also had some grab and gonoption (boxed cereal, yogurt, fruit cups). My kiddos enjoyed the whipped cream in the can and added it to waffles and hot chocolate. The room was cleaned well and quickly each day. Our building had 2 washer and dryers on the bottom floor. It was &1.50 a load and change was available at the front desk. All workers were polite and helpful. There were many pillows of different hard/softness. Out our window each night was a beautiful light snow from the Ferris wheel

We got rained out from our plans at table rock lake state park. So we ducked into this place. Rate was a little more than trip advisor suggested but it was okay. Room was huge and clean, with the exception of some pesky flies. Wasn't too thrilled about this but we took care of them. Front desk staff was the bomb. They took care of everything we needed with a smile! Would stay here again!

The Best Western Center Pointe Inn is on the strip and within walking distance to a lot of places. There is a restaurant and bar next the motel and several others around within walking distance. It is also right by the Tanger Outlet Mall which is very nice. The rooms were clean and the continental breakfast is a lot better than most. The staff was friendly. There is an indoor and outdoor pool. A lot of accommodations for the price.

This past stay was our 4th time being at this hotel. It is located in a great spot. near various attractions like the Titanic, Wax Museum, Ferris Wheel, Ripley's. There a few places to eat nearby and 2 in walking distances. Breakfast buffet is nice. Rooms so far have been clean and no issues. Internet works very nice, kids don't complain of any problems. Haven't had any bad

It's an older hotel but I felt like it was pretty updated decor wise. It was fairly clean. The hallways were ok but the room did not smell good and was stuffy. The sink in the bathroom was slow to drain, there was hair in the pool, and the breakfast room was very busy and the poor girls working there couldn't keep up so no tables were wiped off etc. Food was mediocre.

This hotel was very clean, staff very friendly. Would suggest this hotel to couples or families. The only disappointing thing was our bathroom fan/vent did not work and we mentioned it at the desk twice and it was never fixed.

We are part of a travel baseball circuit and have stayed at many properties in many towns over the past year. Our coach got a block of rooms at the Best Western Center Pointe for our tournament in Branson on the week of June 14-17. The rate was very reasonable and actually cheaper than a lot of other hotels we have stayed at so that was a plus. Our kids were impressed when we pulled up and our team name was on their marquee welcoming us to the property, that was a nice touch! The hotel is right in the middle of the action in Branson so traffic is an issue but if you go right out of the hotel, there is a stoplight right there to get you pointed in the right direction, so don't be intimidated by it. The hotel has that classic Route 66 feel to it, and not like a cookie cutter feel like most chain hotels do nowadays. The pools were great and good options to avoid the heat of the day, room was clean and pleasant, and air conditioning worked great. The breakfast area was very good with different options each day of our stay instead of the standard eggs you find at most chains, they mixed it up with fried eggs, different types of waffle mixes, tortilla shells and salsa etc...the staff was always friendly and willing to help out. The office has a ticket agent for Branson attractions. We used it to buy tickets to the Ride the Ducks and the Dixie (sorry) Dolly Stampede. It is right next to the Titanic attraction and like I said right in the middle of the action. Great feel to it!

Stayed for 3 nights over Memorial Day weekend. As others have stated, the staff was really nice and one in particular deserves special mention. Casey who works in the breakfast room was exceptionally friendly and caring. We looked forward to breakfast each morning just to chat with her. Breakfasts were quite good also. Rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. We slept well. We loved both the outside and inside pools as well as the outside and inside hot tubs. We used them all. As noted, the location is right in the middle of "the strip", so, it's convenient to many venues, restaurants, and shops. Of course it helps to learn about the by-pass yellow and blue routes to avoid gridlock driving on the strip at busy times, which is several hours a day. We also used the gift shop/ticket outlet to secure matinee seats to a show even though it was listed as "sold out". Very helpful woman working there too. Overall, a great visit and we'd definitely stay here again if we return to Branson.

Very nice. Staff was very welcoming and helpful on check in, but even before we arrived we received info on how to get show tickets through the gift shop. It seems in Branson, every strip mall or street corner has a self-proclaimed "official welcome center" wanting to sell you tickets, so it is nice to have a trusted source before you even arrive. Room clean and comfortable - a couple minor maintenance issues, but nothing that would make it any less comfortable. Two pools, indoor and outdoors, both with jacuzzis, good breakfast, a nice gift shop with a super helpful lady running it. Our room was next to the elevator but quiet despite the traffic that must have been coming and going all the time. There are 3 buildings to this facility, with lots of close, handy parking all around. It's within walking distance of enough activities to stay busy for days (weeks?). Only drawback to that is it's in a very busy area with a lot of traffic. Never heard traffic once from the room, but getting in and out during busy times is not an instant process. But handy, central location. I'd stay here again when we come back to town. They have charging stations for electric cars, and also offer extra rewards points if you decline maid service and just make your own bed and re-use towels, but you can still get any supplies you need at any time - it's just not automatic. Or, of course, you can always opt for full service every day.

Please recognize all veterans - those of us who have served for years, and those of us who are considered totally disabled would appreciate the 'Military' rate for the rooms. There is a possibility we would visit again in the future. probably it would depend on the rates offered and rooms available.

The hotel was in a great location and I really didn't have a problem with the looks of our room. However, the room had a nasty smell. If they assign you to room 259 tell them you want a different room! I am not sure what the smell was but I will never stay there again.

Room was clean and all in working order. Includes breakfast which has waffles you make, sausage, egg patties, buscuits and gravy, cereal, mini muffins, donuts, bagels, toast, yogurt and fresh fruit. They even have extras like whip cream and chocolate chips to top waffles and brown sugar for your oatmeal. Lady attending breakfast room was really friendly. Has an outdoor pool but was chilly so didn't use. But we did use the indoor pool and hot tub which are open until midnight which is great. The pool is heated but i still thought it was too cold. My husband and kids thought it was fine though. Hotel is right on strip and close enough to walk to things to do and restaurants so didn't have to bother with driving in branson traffic. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights while on a short getaway to scratch our music itch. This property is well located on the Strip, just across from the Clay Cooper theater. There is plenty of parking, though the access to the lobby was up a short set of steps (first time I'd seen that). We checked in quickly and efficiently by Ken, who assigned us room #129. The room is located about as close to the indoor pool / sauna and the breakfast area as possible, and we found it to be very convenient and reasonable quiet as well. Our room had two double beds, a microwave, a small refrigerator and a nice sized flat screen television. The bath area had two sinks, and we never had to ask for towels. The water pressure was also very good. The room was always well cleaned and ready for us on our return. We also found the mattresses to be comfortable and the A/C unit worked well and was not noisy. This is an older property, but it has definitely been well maintained and modernized regularly. One benefit of its age was that it has a great indoor pool area along with a nice sized sauna / whirlpool. These were very clean, and not overly crowed during our stay. We used them both one night, and we were the only patrons using it. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and unwinding after our drive in (through some BAD rain). This is a very nice feature. Breakfast was well done, with a nice variety over the three times we ate. Let me give a shout out to Colby (I hope I remembered your name right!) who was very busy serving everyone with kindness and speed. We very much enjoyed the biscuits and gravy, and there was a different egg / meat selection every day, along with three waffle machines. Overall, this was very nice (not the best I ever had, but still a very good way to start your day). One of the best features was the fact that we were able to walk to both shows we wanted to see (The Haygoods were right across the street, and SIX was a short walk to the west). There are also abundant eateries and fun attractions close, as well as a Walgreens nearby. Very convenient, and a break from the Branson strip traffic - a very nice reprieve! All this, and we got a great price to boot! Next time in Branson, we will definitely look the BW Center Pointe first. The staff was constantly trying to be sure they did everything to make our stay top notch, and THEY DID!

great hotel near several fun activities in Branson. I was there on business and the hotel was busy but they were still very helpful and efficient and my room was quiet and clean and right near the pool and hot tub. breakfast was great!

We stayed here for 4 nights. Great location in the center of the strip, and an easy drive to Branson shows. Very clean, quiet room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast included waffles that you make, eggs, sausage, bacon, cereals, etc. The breakfast person is Casey and she is super. Pool and hot tub look very nice, but for us was too crowded with kids (to be expected). Nice parking lot with Montana Mikes steak house in front of the building. We bought our show and amusement park tickets in the room next to the registration desk - very easy and saves time.

Perfect location and very clean. Breakfast was included, eggs, sausage, pancakes...fruit...and much more. We were here for a week and the staff was awesome. Definately recommend this hotel, ideal location for all the shows...some in walking distance!! Right next to the Titanic, and Mikes Steak House was right here. When we come back to Branson...we will definately stay here!!

We really enjoyed staying here because of the location. The staff welcomed us with enthusiasm being very helpful. The rooms were updated and comfortable. The breakfast staff were a delight to talk to in the mornings and the items were better than most hotel breakfasts.

Great, affordable & very clean place to stay. Would stay there again. Didn't care for the selection of the breakfast items. It was very limited. Also, if you are anything like me and like a comforter to sleep with then you will need to bring one. On our bed was a small blanket between two sheets but it didn't go up past my belly. There was a very thin comforter on the bed if that's what you want to call it. I'm glad that I had some extra blankets in my car or I would have had to go buy one. We stayed in an outside facing room at the very end and back of the hotel (hotel was almost completely empty), we liked that it was quiet back there but it was so cold going back and forth to the pool. Next time in the colder weather I will request an inside facing room so that we don't freeze going to the pool or breakfast area. Water pressure in the sink was low but just fine in the shower. Would definitely go back.

Great location right on the strip. Staff were great. The only knock I would have is the sofa sleeper in the family suite was God awful. We have two kids (16, 15) that took turns sleeping on it and on the last night our son found it better to sleep with it closed and just on the couch. Felt every bar of the sofa bed and it made noise every time they moved. Breakfast was decent at best, but it's free.

This hotel was in a great location. We were able to walk to many of the attractions. All the staff was extremely friendly and we were able to book all our shows at the hotel. We will be staying here again!

This location is right in the middle of all the fun. Drive either direction and you will find just about all the fun and entertainment. There is a restaurant right next door or you can drive a short distance to find whatever else you may want to eat.

I went through a 3rd party website to book Best Western. I needed a family suite, and much to my surprise, instead of a couch and two beds, I got a two room (a King and 2 Doubles) suite. It was quite large and accommodating. Anyone can see that it had been used for something else at one time and has been refurbished for family suite use. The bathroom is quite large. The room you enter has a wall fireplace. Each room has a tv, and there is a mini fridge and microwave. The hotel is right off 76 in the middle of it all. The Titanic is next door, and Mike's Steakhouse in front. It can be difficult, depending on the amount of traffic, to get in/out. Most folks are friendly and will let you out :) Our room was clean, with only minor blemishes. The fireplace had some large gaps where it seemed a fixture had been taken out. This wasn't a big deal, and maybe it will be filled in the future. The vanity in the bathroom seemed like there was some type of water damage on the side, but it didn't affect anything. Check-in was quick and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful with a large and filling variety. There is an indoor pool and hot tub, and when the season hits, an outdoor one as well.

This hotel was perfect! Right next to the titanic, within walking distance to most things, indoor pool and hot tub! The staff was wonderful and very accommodating when we requested to be near the rest of our family in the hotel! Very quiet and the beds were very comfy! Oh and Breakfast was great every morning!

Love this hotel me and my wife stay here every time we come to branson! Super friendly service with a nice indoor pool area, small game room, and excerice room. Montana mikes is also a must try when staying its absolutely delicious.

We only stayed for one night but it was clean. The pool is small but it is indoors. The staff was friendly. They provided breakfast but we didn't try it. The tub felt a little unstable and the water only got lukewarm.

The room was alright but there was hair in the bathtub and the internet did not work. The breakfast was cold and not very appealing to me. Nice hotel right on the strip. Rooms were clean and quiet. ALL hotel employees were super nice, even booked a show at the hotel, lady was very knowledgeable and had been to most of the shows. Breakfast was good and well staffed.

BW offers interior and exterior rooms. I would recommend interior, 3rd floor room facing the Ferris Wheel. Beautiful light show all day until 9pm. Plus, it's close to breakfast and pool. Family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens “13 & 17 yr”) 2 queen beds. Room was exceptionally clean! I'm picky, I bring my own Lysol wipes but didn't need them. Shower has fantastic pressure, hot water never ran out. Two sinks one in bathroom and one outside it was a huge perk! I tend not to rate beds cause everyone's preference in comfort is different however these were REALLY firm! Painful! However seemed new, clean and odor free. I bring my own pillow but each bed had 4 mini fluffy pillows. Fridge is larger than a mini. Pool is too small for capacity of guests the hotel holds. Very shallow. 2-3 ft deep. With a narrow 5ft deep area but take one step in either direction your back to 3ft. Hot tub seats 4. I'm 5'6, 135 lbs it sat myself, husband and one other couple. Again, too small for as many guests they have. Excercise room was a hassle to use. You'll have to wait in line at the lobby in order to have an employee physically let you in the room. Plus you'll need a ID to show your age prior to use. I'm 44. I had to go back to my room to get drivers liscence then come back down to lobby to wait again to be let in excercise room. Breakfast is a nice variety. Ladies working it are wonderful! You'll have to juggle carrying your breakfast up to your room since all seating in the dining area is occupied by seniors having coffee and socializing instead of actually needing the tables to eat. Most families I saw were eating on the floor in the pool area. I purchased all my tickets thru IBranson in the gift shop. Saved a ton plus they let you use coupons from brochures in the lobby on top of the discounts offered. Located behind Montana Mikes Steak House on the strip. Quiet, no traffic noise and walking distance to many attractions.

Great helpful staff. Good rooms, handy location, close to restaurants and attractions, ticket staff also very helpful. Breakfast was good, staff very helpful. Pool and hot tub taken over by kids could not use the hot tub.

The four of us stayed here for a weekend just before spring break and just before the crowd comes to Branson. Check in staff was great. Professional and thorough. We had a double bed room. It was really nice. We especially liked the sink area in addition to the bathroom sink. That helps with two adults and two kids. Room had comfy beds, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and looked to be newly updated. Breakfast was the normal breakfast plus a pancake maker and they actually had fried eggs Sunday morning. Awesome! Very nice place and I highly recommend staying here.

nice showers, beds ok, small pillows, clean rooms, HOWEVER housekeeping needs to remember to take cleaning bottles with them and not leave them on the counter in the bathroom. fix the ice/soda machine on 2nd floor.

This hotel is in the center of everything, so its name is appropriate. Great front desk staff, very knowledgeable about local attractions and helpful. We didn't feel rushed, and we had a lot of questions. The room was spotless. Parking was close to your room. They even sell tickets here to local attractions. We found that to be very convenient. We will definitely return to this location.

This was one awesome room. Can't say enough about how nice it was. Very clean and no animal or smoke smells here! We will definitely stay here again. Fair price for the quality of the room. Has an awesome pool and breakfast.

I can't believe that anyone could care more about every guest! This is one of the best experiences my wife and I have had in a chain hotel. The staff treated us like family and made every little detail their utmost priority! If you want a great place to stay in Branson this is the hotel for you! While dipping in the pool or spa, Hot coffee is available in the breakfast room located right next to the indoor pool and spa. The staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are comfortable and suited for families as well as couples attending the many shows in Branson. A restaurant is located next door for dinner. The Breakfast provided by the hotel is great. Parking is just outside your room for many of the rooms.

Worst visit ive had here. Woman on phone was rude before we got there. rudeness continued at front desk. Did not get platinum recognition. Did not get friendly vibe from receptionist. Jacuzzi tub did not work properly and a non-working jet to which they really seemed unconcerned about after we reported it. Needs upgrade also. We were told it was best room in hotel. I'm Sorry for the other guests.

This is a wonderful christian based motel. The breakfast was a great asset to our family. Everybody was really nice. The rooms are always very clean and comfortable. The staff is always friendly. Close proximety to restaurants.

Excellent room near most venues in Branson drivers in Branson realize the congestion and usually very polite drivers. the hotel is on the main highway through Brason. the hotel offers ticket assistance as well.

Our stay at the Best Western Center Pointe Inn in Branson was great. Casey, who ran the breakfast room, was very friendly and great at her job. We had a minor issue with our TV, and someone came down quickly and fixed it. Great customer service from everyone.

Nice hotel would have been better if the room had a recliner (like it stated in the room description on-line) instead of the chair with foot stool instead. My aunt did experience so problems with the free wi-fi quitting at times. The employees were wonderful, especially the lady working the free breakfast on the weekend and the Monday and Tuesday we were there.

My husband and I took a Christmas bus tour this November. There were 48 in our group. We visited Pigeon Forge, Nashville, Memphis and Branson. This hotel was one of our stops. This hotel was large, clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating. In the morning we had a free buffet breakfast. Lots of food. We were here for 3 days. After a full day of site-seeing, concerts, and shopping, it was nice to return to our room to relax and rest. We would certainly stay here on our travels again. Thank you Best Western Center Pointe Inn for a wonderful stay!!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and the bed/pillows were comfortable. Its not a super fancy place, but it was perfect for our needs. We will definitely be back. Breakfast was good as well! We didn't use the indoor pool area but it looked nice.

Nice and clean, great place for a family vacation. Pool and Hot tub was very nice and loved the late night opening of the pool and hot tub when everything was closed it was nice to come back and relax. Only other way it would be better if it was open all night. I wish more hotels offered this. Would definitely stay here again. The staff was excellent, one of the most respectful and helpful staffs that I've encountered.

I love the location of this hotel. It is within walking distance to theaters, restaurants, and attractions. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and I liked that it is non-smoking. The staff was welcoming and friendly from the start. Each morning I was greeted by Casey, the breakfast area attendant, as I chose my breakfast items from the buffet, which was always stocked and fresh. Bottom line--great hotel!

We have stayed at the Best Western Center Point several times in the past. We booked this hotel again based on past stays. I am on oxygen and after we got into our room and my husband had moved all of my medical equipment in, including a large oxygen concentrator, we discovered we had an unwelcomed visitor in our room. My husband went to the front desk and showed them the picture of the cockroach we found in the bathroom area. We were told they couldn't do anything at that point (about 6 pm) but they would have someone check on it later. They were sold out so no other rooms were open for us to move to. My husband was told by either the manager or assistant manager that it was probably silverfish. The next day we went to a couple of shows and when we came back to the hotel, we were told they would check on it after we checked out. I have a picture of our visitor and I still say it was a roach.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say and I am a critical person. I have stayed at many Hotels in Branson over the years and this one was the best. It's a convenient location as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were lots of choices for breakfast and it was fresh and delicious. I don't walk very well and the elevator was a welcome sight. Great Job! Kudos to the staff! See ya next time!

Our tour bus stayed at this Hotel and it was very enjoyable. The staff ,partially Casey in the morning breakfast area did every thing to make our visit a pleasant one. The accommodations here were top rate.

Could not have asked for a better motel, staff and especially the location. I will definitely be using this facility again and again. We travel to Branson once a year and have always rented a cabin...but this will be my go to hotel from now on. Please if you are in the Branson area consider this hotel for sure.

Great location. Can walk to several attractions. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool area and small game room. Good value. The hot breakfast was delicious with eggs, sausage, bacon, Canadian bacon (depending on the day), biscuits and gravy and waffles along with your bagels and cereal.

This hotel was a pleasant place to stay. It wasn't the nicest I've stayed in, but it was clean and in a great location for everything we wanted to do in Branson. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our weekend stay at Center Pointe. We opted for the bonus points in exchange for no housekeeping and enjoyed knowing no one would be in our room or wondering when they would want to clean. The buffet breakfast was very good and we ate at Montana Mike's twice. We walked to a show at the Starlite. It's very convenient to activities on the strip. The staff was very friendly and always at the counter. We will stay there again.

This hotel is close enough to several eating and shopping places. Next door to the Titanic. It's clean and comfortable. The breakfast will fill you up for a day on the town. We stayed here two different times 12 years apart and it was a great experience both times! The pool and the hot tub are nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a great value, so many of the other hotels are so expensive for a traveling family. I read reviews when we travel, so I hope this one is helpful.

We always look for Best Westerns when traveling. Have found them to be friendly and professional in their services. Any little problem, they are always right there to fix, and you'll get a big apology. When checking out, always like to make sure that everything was OK.

I am one to make observations wherever I go whether it"s a Hotel, Restaurant,etc. I can truely say that this Hotel passed the evaluation with flying colors! The location was right on the strip, our room was very clean and the stay perfect.

I was not expecting the clean and nice room that we received at this hotel. We were using points and were treated like we were paying customers! That sometimes is a problem when checking in. When we travel to Branson, Missouri again we will stay here. Parking was great and the location is awesome. The bed was comfortable and room was very quiet! Thank you to Center Pointe Inn.

I have stayed in hotels around the world and this has to rate as one of the best. Rooms and hotel was supper clean. Hotel staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate you. Breakfast all items were hot and kept full even though the hotel was fully booked. The breakfast room adjoined the indoor pool which has tables around it that you could eat your breakfast at. When we arrived to our hotel room we immediately noticed a foul odor. The room felt very humid. The decor was in need of a badly needed update. When we booked this room the rep told us that it was within walking distance to all major attractions. This was not the case by any stretch of the imagination. Will never stay at any Best Western Hotels. We've had a similar situation at a Best western. Guess we didn't learn our lesson the first time.

We stayed here on our Honeymoon and returned here for our 5th anniversary. Angie in Front Office and Heather-Housekeeping Manager were very supportive helping with my surprise of flowers for my wife + Heather made a cute arrangement of two Swans kissing out of towels. We will always stay here when in Branson and Highly recommend this for other travelers to Branson. The Breakfast room Ladies were very cheerful and served a GREAT Breakfast .Very clean and comfortable rooms. I Salute the entire staff of this Hotel

This is an older style hotel, with outside entrance doors, but with that being said it has been well cared for. The furniture is dated and showing wear and tear, however the room was clean and adequate .We had a room with two double beds. There was a separate sink area from the bathroom. Dresser with TV on top, and a desk and chair. The breakfast area was clean and well tended to by the staff. Also this breakfast staff was the kindest I have ever encountered at a hotel. The pool area looked very nice but we did not have time to enjoy it. We did use the concierge service for show and dinner reservations and this was very helpful. This hotel is located on the strip right next to the Titanic Museum.

We had never been to Branson and decided to stop on our way back from our "West" trip. Booked this particular Best Western due to its inside pool and hot tub. Pool could have been about 5 degrees warmer since it was advertised as heated. My preference only as I like warm pools. Hot tub to me was just right, although a few people thought it was too warm. Jets were just right also, as to not splash water in your face. Upon checking in, the front desk was very friendly, efficient, and helpful. In fact, I would like to compliment the whole staff on their friendliness and helpfulness. Always a smile and greeting from an employee at this Best Western. Free local papers were also nice as we could see what was happening in the area. Breakfast to us was a typical BW breakfast, although again the breakfast staff was particularly efficient as the two nights we stayed, there were also 3 bus tours and I believe all were using the complimentary breakfast. Tables were cleaned immediately upon someone leaving and never was their a lack of food. Only thing I would suggest is: bacon option, only meat was sausage, and French Vanilla for an option for creamer. I love my tea with FV. This facility also has a fitness center that Kim (wife) enjoyed. This BW is also located within walking distance to some attractions and gift shops. Branson is very hilly and spread out, so to find a motel/hotel that is good for all parts of Branson would be difficult. We would stay at this BW again as to us it is one of the better ones.

For the past several years, we have been staying at Best Western whenever possible, and have come to expect a very nice comfortable room. This Branson, Mo location was not a disappointment. It was very nice with a friendly and helpful staff. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. Right on the strip and centrally located.

From check in with Josh to check out everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and the bed was really comfortable. Both days the breakfast was excellent. We will certainly stay there again.

Great place to stay. A little dated, but clean, comfortable beds, fast WIFI. Better than typical motel breakfast. Pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits/sausage gravy, coffee, juices, donuts. Very centrally located. Has a ticket office on site to make reservations at any show w/ discounts at some. Saw an indoor pool and not sure if there is also an outdoor.

Room was large with an extra chair in the room beside the computer chair. Amenities great. staff was very helpful and the gift shop was convenient because you could buy Event Tickets on site. Breakfast was different every day which was nice. We stayed 5 nights and the bill was very affordable. We will return to the same hotel next time we go to Branson Mo

We got a room very near the main street. Expressed our concerns and were told no one had complained about night time noise, so please give it a try. If we found it noisy they would move us the next day. They were right, it was fine! We stayed 5 nights. The shower curtain had a musty smell, although no visible mold or mildew. The first couple days, the cleaning crew did a nice job, just didn't leave any coffee. The next day, got coffee but, although they took our dirty towels, did not leave clean ones! Oh, well! High point is the breakfast and the girls working there! Friendly and constantly refilling and refreshing.

We were impressed with the breakfast and also the open Bible with the poem on top of it. A very welcoming touch. The room was very clean and we received additional points since we did not require housekeeping for the second night.

The proximity of this Hotel was right in the middle of many shows and attractions and is right on the main highway. The staff offered tickets to all of the shows and attractions we wanted to see and were extremely helpful in locating great food for a reasonable price. They were also helpful in deciding what to do on spur of the moment adventures. The hot tub was a great relief also.

We had an excellent room. We heard no noise at all from either the outside or inside. It was great. The room was spacious with all the ameneties. Bath area had two sinks which was great getting ready in the morning. They had a great hot breakfast. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is in the heart of Branson. The outside of the hotel is kind of plain but the rooms were nice and clean. The internet connection was good. The free breakfast had a good variety of items. Not awesome but typical free hotel breakfast. I would stay here again. Great price!

This hotel was a great choice for our stay in Branson. Extremely quiet and comfy room. Loved having a sink/vanity in the bathroom and another one outside the bathroom. We would like for there to have been a comfy chair in the room...there are chairs, but not the comfy kind :) There was a great hot/cold breakfast but the area was pretty congested and on the small side. The indoor pool was refreshing after a long hot day out exploring. Use the ticket service! A great time saver!! All of the staff were helpful and friendly. The only trouble we had was, when checking out, not all of our BW gift cards hadn't been applied to our bill. We had to wait a little while to get this cleared up. Check your receipt to ensure points or whatever have been credited to you.

Great quality for the money. Friendly staff, great hot breakfast, very comfortable, quiet room. Bed and pillows great. Room very clean. Close to everything in Branson. Only hotel we stay at when in Branson.

Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Rooms include microwave and refrigerator. Great breakfast available every morning. Pool and hot tub are nice size and clean. Very professional staff. Would like to see televisions larger. Will stay here again!

It's a motel. Rooms open to parking lot. It's clean but very dated and well it's a Best Western. Small bathroom, kind of musty smelling. Breakfast leaves a lot to desire. For someone on a tight budget it's in a central location.

Love the location. It's not quite in the middle of the strip but it's located back away from the street and had easy access. Staff is friendly and helpful. Love the queen size rooms better than the full size rooms.

We stayed here a week while enjoying Branson. It was ideal for us. We were able to walk to several of the venues and the others were easy driving distance. There were several restaurants in walking distance. The hotel has 3 buildings. In the main building where we stayed the rooms opened onto a hall. The 2 other buildings had rooms that opened to the outside if that's important to anyone. It's a safe area. The main building had an elevator but I don't think the others did. The room itself was a good size and clean. What I liked especially was that there was a sink inside the bathroom and another sink outside with mirrors. As a woman it's nice to be able to put on makeup outside of the steamy bathroom. The bed was comfy and there was no outside sound at night. We had a small refrigerator and microwave which was nice. The only problem was that the coffee maker had a short cord so needed to be put on the sink where there was a socket. Not a real problem because we had good coffee along with a great hot breakfast each morning. There was always a table available and the staff were so friendly. The first day our cable TV didn't work and the staff came in quickly and fixed it. The pool and hot tub were both a good temperature. The parking lot exited onto Hywy 76 which was busy much of the time but people were so courteous and let us get out of the lot. If we come to Branson again I will definitely stay here.

This is a great property to stay at in Branson. The location is close to the Ferris wheel, the Titanic, and many attractions are within walking distance of the hotel. The beds were really comfortable. All of the staff that we encountered were extremely helpful and friendly. There were two pool options, one outside and one inside for inclement weather. Also had two hot tubs on the property. This motel in centrally located so it is easy to get to shows or restaurants.

After a rough check-in, we walked into a wonderful room that faced the Ferris wheel which is beautiful. This hotel is in the middle of the strip in a great location. If you look at a map, you can take back roads that run parallel which will save you a lot of time. Indoor pool was great. Outdoor pool was a little chilly but nice. Casey was running the breakfast in the morning and was also there the next 4 mornings as well. It was the first time I've stayed at a hotel where I had tears in my eyes when we were leaving because I knew I would miss her. She is so kind and sincere. My 3 children looked forward to seeing her every morning as well. I never have seen a person that cares about her job as much as Casey and it shows. It is clean and the breakfast is very good. Only complaints I had....the pool area was messy after breakfast in the morning and it was never cleaned. This wouldn't keep me from staying here again...that's for sure!

We stayed a couple nights here & it was such a nice place to stay. The staff was very nice & friendly. The rooms are clean. They offer a variety on the breakfast they offer. Really enjoyed the pool room. Loved the fact that is so close to many things you can get out & walk around. And it just has a family friendly safe environment. Would stay here again.

Great location. Staff was friendly and the room was great. Beds were soft and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Went with family and everyone was happy with the room. Indoor pool was nice and clean.
