Best Western Oak Manor

Rooms was spacious and clean. A/C worked very well. I loved that we had a balcony. Beds were comfortable but I would recommend bringing your own pillow. Bathroom light bulbs need to be changed. There were 2 burnt bulbs. Check in was easy and associate was very nice.

Oak Manor was a great place to land for three days. I liked that it was close to the beach and other amenities The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar had a lot of good choices. I will definitely be back

when traveling to Biloxi for work I always stay here, I have tried several others but for the cost value , cleanlyness, fast friendly service, free internet and free breakfast this is the best. The rooms are big ansd spacious. Would be a great place to stay for a week vacations. they have a frig, coffee maker, sink and the one I stayed in this time even had a hideaway couch

It is a good value for the location, however strong musty odor in the room. I didn't report it to change the room, but probably should have. It was just one night. I probably won't stay again. Very convenient to beau rivage

We booked for a dinner with friends at Fields Steakhouse, walking distance. The room was very clean. the gentleman at check in was very nice and helpful. Convenient location to Hard Rock & Beau Rivage Casinos

We found this to be a very clean hotel, great location, excellent breakfast, and the staff is very friendly. We really enjoyed the room with a balcony. Next time we are in Biloxi we will definitely stay here again.

Our room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was fresh with lots of good choices. The pool area was beautiful and clean. Overall, this hotel was well upkept, in a great area, very easy to get around to the beach, out to eat and any of the great entertainment this city has to offer. The front in desk guy, was awesome. He makes you feel like he is happy to see you, very friendly, funny and helpful. He made our stay awesome.

We had to change rooms 3 times due to wet carpet and damp sheets. The odor in all three rooms was foul, must mildew. The towel rack fell off the wall when I went to hang the hand towel on it. We were not offered any help but to sent us to another room that had the same problems!!

Great hotel is Located within walking distance to ballpark, casinos, beach, restaurants and a brewery. CTA terminal is located about 4 blocks in which we could get information on rides to other casinos and/or other cities. Or catch the buses/hoppers at hotel

Traveling on business and I enjoyed my stay and was well rested. I will definitely come back and book with this hotel again. Location was great, loved the large room and balcony. Breakfast was a highlight and everyone was helpful and friendly.

Great stay overall for my work trip. The room was a great size and had easy to use appliances. It's relatively easy to get to the location and I love how close it is to the beach. Being close to the casino is great too. I wish this place had a gym though.

This facility was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. My pleasant stay started and ended with courteous, knowledgeable front desk personnel. The complimentary breakfast offered a nice variety and was delicious.

Black mold creeping around the door in the bathroom and the shower and a general scent of musk and a damp, musky feeling around the hotel existed. I was on the first floor which has LARGE glass sliding doors and feared for my life when a bunch of (presumably drunk?) people (from presumably the Fat Tuesday's next door) ran across the first-floor rooms banging on the glass and screaming at 10pm at night. I thought for sure they were going to break in, since flimsy glass does not seem very secure. There was a pool, but I didn't go in because walking 20 feet away from it I could smell the chemicals/chlorine. I guess that's needed when a bunch of children were in it most of the time. Would definitely never return if I could prevent it.

The check-in staff wasn't particularly friendly. Our 1st floor room had a patio right next to an entrance, and the patio smelled like urine when we arrived. The next morning we went for a 1 hour walk, and someone had urinated on our patio while we were gone. The assumption is that a homeless person was the culprit, and if so, the staff needs to do a better job of keeping them off of the property. The tile areas of the floor were sticky. There was a wet spot on the carpet next to one of the beds, right where one would step when getting off of the bed. If you decide to stay here, don't stay on the 1st floor!

First room smelled like urine, had a leaking toilet and was a dead zone for internet. Transferred rooms and the second room the tub wouldn't drain properly when showering, smelled extremely musty. I wouldn't recommend this hotel!

This place gets 5 stars - clean , comfortable, convenient and reasonably priced. Set in walking distance of several casinos and Biloxi attractions and right next door to MGM park it's a lot of bang for your buck. Lots of well lit parking . Rooms are super clean and comfortable. Great staff , AC in room worked excellent, plenty hot water in the shower , spacious room with comfortable bed. One of the bonuses is complimentary HOT breakfast with bacon , eggs, biscuits , waffles, cereals, fresh fruits, coffee and juices. Mrs Rebecca is the host there and lots of love to her for making our waffles and serving them up to us. She kept everything clean orderly and well stocked all through breakfast! Quite a pleasure to make her acquaintance. We will be back!!

I would highly recommend this hotel. Walkable to a lot of attractions and restaurants. Hotel was very clean with ample parking and the staff was very helpful. The hotel offered a hot breakfast with a wide variety of selections.

This was a much needed escape for my Brother and Nephew who never traveled before. So this was a great experience for them all. Everyone's room were conveniently together with a Balcony. The Hotel was very well lite.

We have stayed at a number of hotels, and this one was great for the price and location. You can walk to casinos, restaurants and the beach. It's close to a number of other attractions as well. The breakfast was better than a some of the others that we have had. The bed was really comfortable. Everything was in good working order and the room was spacious.

The rooms were very clean, and the staff was very friendly. Centrally located to everything we wanted. The Continental Breakfast was excellent. They even allowed us to use the breakfast room for our private party.

The whole facility was adequate, but it had a run down, shabby look. It is very dated looking and although the floors were probably ok, they didn't look clean and shiny in tiled areas and carpeted hallways had fans running in a couple of places. I did not like that rooms are only serviced every 3 days (no choice on that) so the bed did not get changed (which was ok) or even made (not ok) during our 3 day stay (except by us). Definitely did not like that towels and garbage were to be put outside the room in the hallway by noon each day if we wanted clean towels or empty garbage cans. On the bright side, desk staff was friendly and location was great. Breakfast was very good in terms of variety and quality but the room was too small and not very attractive.

I had a group of 34 on November 26-27th and the rooms were very clean and smelled fresh, the check in process was fast and the desk clerk was very kind, also had free hot breakfast, which was great, we will definitely be staying again.

The facility has a bad odor and the bed sheets has a sweaty feel. My entire family was uncomfortable and didn't sleep well. Drug addicts and homeless people roam the facilities throughout the day but mostly at night. This left me uncomfortable knowing my vehicle is in the parking lot and there were signs saying the hotel isn't responsible for stolen or damaged personal property. There was no security presence as stated in the documents and by the front desk. Due to this, my family and I immediately checked out the next day and found a better hotel in a better area for a better price. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and I'm use to higher standards by Best Western.

Location of hotel was perfect. Walking distance to Beau Rivage where we had tickets for a show. Room was clean and cool. Balcony was perfect. Breakfast was awesome. Staff was all friendly. An overall excellent experience.

Oak Manor Biloxi is our go to spot. Customer Service is top notch. Rooms and Hotel are very clean. Complimentary Breakfast is ok could use a step up but all in all it's manageable. If You choose Waffle House is across the Parking Lot and a huge hit for us. Give Oak Manor a try I'm sure they will not disappoint.

The location is great, however, there was an extreme moisture problem in the room, to the point I had to throw paperwork away and wash my clothes that I did not wear. I have had sinus problems since my stay. This has to be a health problem.

Last minute trip to Biloxi for a Shucker's baseball game. Great rate plus used $30 in gift cards to make this a very affordable stay. Since the hotel is across the street from the Shucker's baseball field, it is a very convenient place to stay. The included breakfast is great. Lots of great choices plus fresh hot waffles. Would definitely stay here again when I come back for another game.

The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is nice. However, the rooms are infested with mold to the point where one cannot sleep at night due to the horrible smell and the spores in the air. Took photos of the mold growing on the air conditioner - it's scary. Will never stay again.

The king bed we had in our room was very uncomfortable. The breakfast that was offered to us in the morning was very substandard. Also upon requesting a late checkout, I was told that I could checkout at 11:30 for an additional $25.00.!!!

My hotel stay was excellent, Staff were very courteous and attentive. Breakfast was outstanding with fresh cooked food. The hotel is in the heart of the Blvd. the only problem that I experienced is that my computer did not connect to the Wi-Fi, but my co-workers had no problem with the internet. So my computer might have just been acting up.

I tried to ask my housekeeper something and she ignored me and when she finally answered after me asking again she rolled her eyes and asked “WHAT YOU WANT”! There's a lot of drug addicts walking around too. Front desk was awesome but I can't stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel in the heart of town. It is across the street from several casinos and within walking distance of numerous restaurants and shopping. The check in staff were very friendly. It is a little older hotel but they keep it up and it was very clean.

We stayed during the weekend for a mini vacation and the stay was great! They're very helpful at the front desk. Pool is bigger than what it looks like online and it's salt water. Breakfast was great as well, lots to choose from! We will definitely be back!

As far as location is concerned, it is perfect. The Beau Rivage hotel/casino is across the street - 2 min walk. Room was clean and quiet - and had a good A/C (all you need for a night stay after gambling). The hotel is old but has been renovated I'm sure. Breakfast was good but in a tiny little room ... everyone bumping elbows with each other with no available tables. Go to breakfast at 7AM to avoid crowd. In my opinion, overpriced ($230+) for what it is ... but if you do now want to pay $400-500 at Beau Rivage, then it is not a bad choice.

Clean environment and safe accommodations. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Really liked that they change out bedspread and have lockbar on sliding balcony doors. Good breakfast items and hours. lots of homeless persons around area but were not bothered by them because I believe security or staff would ensure of not letting them bother guests. The only thing I would have preferred was an actual beach view and maybe a flyer of local attractions specials like fireworks and ballgame info.

Great hotel. Was convenient to the Convention center and varied eating establishments. Had a great breakfast each morning. The rate I paid was definately a great value. I would definately recommend this hotel to any traveler.

Staff is always friendly the location is very convenient their breakfast are always good and fresh rooms are clean we always enjoy staying there we usually are there 2 to 3 times a year it's good place to stay with family and friends

We had a great time like a couple spending at the Best Western , the bed was very confortable , the room was clean, all the crew members were polite , and the most important it was close to every destination

We put our dirty towels out by the door Monday morning. When we arrived back to our room that night we had no new towels. When I called the front desk I was informed they were out of towels. I had to go to the store to purchase towels so my kids could take a bath. The manager did credit me $75 towards my stay. There was also a strong odor of cig smoke and "weed" in the hallways. You could tell what rooms it was coming from. The odor was super strong .

There are quite a few really nice hotels right in this area, but all very expensive and actually overpriced for what you are getting. That said, I have stayed at 8-10 hotels in this immediate area, and this one is probably the best for the money. And the staff is really nice and helpful.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel the last several times we've visited Biloxi. This time was probably the last. The approximately 50% price increase was in line with the way the prices of everything have increased, so expected. The serious decrease in the hotel's quality was most definitely NOT expected. Upon check-in, we were informed that there would be no maid service, since that is provided only every three days and our stay was for exactly three nights. We'd have to put our dirty towels and trash in the hallway and request clean towels if we needed them. We also learned that our "balcony room" (extra charge) faced the back alley. The first night there was no hot water when I showered, and other guests were yelling in the hallway. Second day - after going out for a few hours in the morning, we were unable to get into our room because our key cards had been set for only one night. I had to hike all the way from the main building to the office building to have the cards fixed. There was no apology for the inconvenience, just "they probably just made it for one night." That night, there was more yelling in the hallway - and again no hot water. This time, I decided to wait and hope for hot water the next morning for a shower. However, there was still no hot water the next morning until after 7:00. There was even more shouting/screaming in the hallway that night. In addition to the hot water issue (learned later that water heater had been malfunctioning due to the ingitor not working), the tub drained so slowly that I was standing in ankle-deep water when I showered. In addition to these issues, the TV remote was junk and didn't work about half the time. At check-out, there was no "thank you for staying with us" or "how was your stay?" All I got was "here you go" as my receipt was handed to me. I will give compliments in a few areas: very pleasant maid when I spoke to her to request towels and coffee packets and when she delivered them, decent breakfast selection, comfortable beds, fairly clean in all areas, felt safe (even though there were homeless people hanging out at the hotel's perimeter), convenient location.

Stayed at this location several times, usually very accommodating. This time was turned off by desk clerk's monotone's attitude, during check-in and checkout. No welcoming words, no apologies since room not ready, no concerns about our stay; I received the question to complete the booking.

260 for a sub par experience. Internet does not work. Remote broken. Old dingy bathroom. Incredibly overpriced. Don't pay more than 100 for this place. There are way better options for a few bucks more. We had to book last minute hence the review. Would not stay again.

I saw conflicting reviews on this location but decided the time was right to give it a try . So heres the real word on this place. The location is just across the hwy from the two major casinos on rhe Mississippi coast. The white sand beach is just across the hwy also. The foom was very clean , with a great quite running air conditioner. The beds were very firm made me a little sore. You can hear other guests slamming doors going in and out of their rooms. The breakfast was very good and plenty of it , including bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs bisquits and waffels plus more things . there was plenty milk ,cereal coffee and juice. There is plenty of parking and a nice outdoor pool. And a nice ice machine just down the hall . so would i stay again, i would for sure. Have a great summer 2022.

We were definitely catfished! This hotel is NOT what it appears as online! The shower doesn't drain! The weed smell in our room and throughout was insane!!! Outdated everything in the hotel! Kids running up and down the halls unsupervised in the middle of the night screaming!!! (Well past 2:00am) will never stay here again!!! For the price I paid to stay here I could've stayed somewhere way better!! The quality of this hotel and the cost of it don't add up at all!!!!

The front desk staff was very kind and helpful, they offered a delicious breakfast but the breakfast room was a little small. The pool was amazing especially for moms with small children. They have a kiddie pool separate from the main pool only about a foot deep for the small children. The rooms were also pretty decent.

Hotel could be updated, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. looks better on the website than it really was. Front desk needs a personality. Breakfast was the best we have had at a hotel since covid. Bacon, Biscuits & gravy, sausages, waffles, juices, hard boiled eggs, cereals, milk, juices , coffee, pastries and fresh fruit. Best part of the stay :)

We had 21 rooms for this trip. The check in was extremly efficent. They had my rooms according to my rooming list. All of my rooms was on 1 floor. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a variety of items to choose from.

Best Western Oak Manor has been temporary housing for my family. My family experienced a house fire back in January 2022 and loss everything. The front agent, housekeeping and maintenance crew have been excellent.

Confirmed3 parking passes only got 1. All ice machines were broken remote for tv sticky. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Have stayed here in past but won't be returning. Too bad. Great location lucky to have casino across street for breakfast

Don't stay here they need to get their act together 1st. No room cleaning even though at the front desk it says if you request it. House keeping people sitting all in the laundry room so unwilling to help! DON'T STAY HERE!!

Very rude front desk agents. You can't call them for towels, and if you do they disconnect your room phone until you check out. Smoke detector was loud event with the batteries removed!Other than that clean hotel, in a convenient location.

Very nice hotel. Everyone I encountered was very friendly. Location is great. Short walk down to the Hard Rock casino. Room was very nice. The bed was a tad hard for my liking but ok. Complimentary breakfast was good, the usual BW fare.

Rooms are in good condition, but the amenities (safe, tv remote, etc) need repairs and could not be fixed at the time so we had to change rooms, the second room was already rented and the third room, safe was also broken, although only the master code would work which meant that anyone on staff could access our safe contents. On a good note, the rooms were clean, lobby was clean, breakfast was delicious and had a large varity, and the staff were courteous and pleasant.

I always enjoy staying at Best Western Oak Manor, breakfast was good and service was wonderful! I had no problem during my stay and I'm looking forward to coming back in the near future! Keep up the good work!

This motel is located directly across from the Beau Rivage. At a fraction of the price, the rooms are large, the beds are extremely comfortable, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is free and really good.

I'm not sure how this hotel is getting 4 stars, unless they are rating the staff. They were all very pleasant. This hotel needs some major updating. The rooms have been updated except for the microwave and refrigerator that were a dingy yellow and probably 20 years old. The hallways need updating and they need to change their cleaning solution. It smells like that weird orange smell that's in the old buildings. It is a clean hotel just old and smells weird.

Was one of the nicest Best Western we stayed in..clean, great location, good food..many choices of food on your breakfast buffet and excellent coffee and , friendly service. Nice pool if you have children

I love this particular Best Western! We have stayed here for the past 5-7 years and I love that your staff is the same! They recognize us, call us by name! And I mean everyone from front desk to the cleaning staff! Everyone is accomadating and nice and sweet. This really makes us feel at home, like family!

Great location. Convenient to casinos and walking to restaurants. Easy access to I10 and beach. Ample parking . Free breakfast. Negative was room reeked of smoke and alot of noise and activity from hallways and rooms.

Nice hotel . Room was modern and clean. I don't like that the rooms were seperated from the office for a woman traveling alone. The breakfast was good, but the breakfast area was very small. Lot of people in a small space.

We picked this location for the price. Wanted something a little cheaper but in the same area! I do fully believe you get what you pay for. When all other hotels in the area were double this price, this is perfect. Good family pool. Balcony. I laughed at the fact I paid a little extra for “a view” and the view was of the beau rivage but it was still pretty! Will definitely stay again!

Great hotel right in the middle of it all. Rooms were clean and breakfast was hot and delicious. Baseball field right next door Great to watch fireworks on fireworks night. Walk to the game, walk to the casinos easy walk to restaurants and drinks in many places. Short walk to the beach or they have a small pool to get in.

Me and the wife took us a much needed long weekend getaway. We always come to this Best Western when I plan a trip to Biloxi.It's close to a couple of casinos and restaurants.I am a Best Western member so it pays to go to this brand of hotel because of the rewards program.

Nice clean hotel. Breakfast was great. Walking distance to the Beau Rivage casino, Hard Rock casino & Waffle House. The beach wasn't far either just off to the side of the Beau's parking garage. Will visit again

This place was horrible. There wa no mention on their website that no matter how long you stay they do not clean your room. I had made the reservation in advance. We were given a room that was used. There was a half used orange soda on the floor, someone had been on the bed and couch was disheveled. TV on. We reported it and were treated like we were a bother. The next room..we were given the wrong key. Room was dusty. Black hair on back of tub. No one changed the bed. Had to basically beg for towels. Upon asking for wash clothes were told that I had one washcloth. I said That is for my face. I shower with a new one. Dah...No Kleenex. They hung bags on your door Disgusting. I travel all the time. Covid or no covid. Your room should be clean. I am an RN. When you pay almost 500.00 for 3 nights you dont expect this treatment. I saw no masks on the girls cleaning...yet they cant change your bed or freshen your room. I will NEVER stay at this hole again.

It is difficult to pay more when you are getting less. At the same time we really don't mind not having room service everyday. House keeping did a great job with the common areas. Pools PH was off, merky water, used bandages and garbage that was not picked up the entire stay. Bed cover and cigarette burns (wholes). We did like that you have to use key to enter the building as a guy yelled up to our balcony asking for money. Location was the best part as we walked to the casino.

Great location to get to many restaurants however our room could have cleaned better. I found an empty M&M candy package while looking for a USB charge outlet. There were none by by the way. Ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken. I had to wake up the breakfast attendant to make more coffee. .

The room was very clean, front desk personnel very friendly along with the breakfast personnel. The pool leaves a little to be desired - nothing special. The rate was relatively high for this type of hotel, but compared to other rates of the casino hotels nearby, it was a deal. There are a few homeless hanging around the vicinity - they don't really bother you, but they are there. Just keep your vehicle locked.

We stayed here for one night in early June. It is by the far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First our room was even ready at 5 pm when we arrived, check-in is at 4 pm. No offer to move to different type of room or any other kind of compensation. When we finally get to our room, the smell was terrible, but we didn't want to deal with the front staff again, so we just dealt with it. The bathroom tub/shower combo had black mold all over the wall where the caulking is. The water that came out was yellow. We ended up leaving some items in the room, when I tried to call the hotel to receive they didn't even answer the phone. It took me 4 days to talk to someone!!! AND GUESS WHAT...THEY COULDN'T FIND OUR ITEMS!!! SHOCKER...honestly they probably didn't even look and didn't seem all the concerned about it.

Room was well clean. Elevators (thank goodness!). Clean and spacious. We only stayed one night. Breakfast was great. VERY near the beach. Part of our group walked to the beach from the motel. Enjoyed our stay and will stay again, next time in Biloxi.

After being in the heat all day all I wanted was hot shower. Hopped in and no hot water. Took a cold shower then called the office. Was promised they would have it fixed within the hour and the latest in the morning. The next morning husband took a cold shower. Expected more out of breakfast than a dime store honey bun, dried up eggs or cold gravy. One coffee machine was broke and the other was empty. Needless to say it was an awful anniversary.

Me and my two boys 5 and 7 stayed here for 3 nights. Everyone was very friendly! Our housekeeper was always in the halls and every time we passed she always asked if we needed anything and my son even left his tablet in the room and when we were about to leave she came out and hollered for us. I'm so thankful for that! I would of had one upset little boy. We enjoyed the pool and being so close to everything! The only thing that wasn't that great was the breakfast. The food was cold and biscuits were hard. Other than that we didn't have any issue!

From the front desk employees to the staff, my stay was enjoyable and they all was so friendly and helpful. I will be returning! The breakfast was great, but I do wish we got more portions even though I ate in the breakfast dining area.

Yes, across the street from the Beau Rivage but other than location for casino play it is just a ho hum hotel. Breakfast kind of ruined it for us. Tiny room, no atmosphere, curmudgeon man acting as if you couldn't touch anything in the breakfast food area unless he was there watching your every move. Just bizarre and very unwelcoming. He is certainly is not the person to be hosting breakfast.

Great place to get away for the weekend .if you want a get away place that is cheap then this is the place . Great room ,relaxing,easy parking , and would go back myself next time. Overall cheap but great place to relax

Hotel was ok but the amount of weed smoking at this facility was unbelievable. We even witnessed someone getting arrested. The location was great. It's a bit pricey for the atmosphere it portrays. Might not stay at this location unless there's no other place to go.

Came in to spend time with family... Enjoyed the beach and resteraunts... It was good to come back to a comfortable bed and relaxing atmosphere when our day was done. Very clean and the staff was super friendly!

Have stayed here on numerous occasions. Always an enjoyable experience. Hot breakfast available , close to beach, shopping, restaurants. MGM stadium (Shuckers) baseball is close by. Mardi Gras museum is a must see !! .

Rooms are Clean. Breakfast has wonderful variety of choices from eggs bacon sausage biscuits and gravy cereals juices fresh fruit. Employees here are very helpful with replacing towels and sheets as well as cleaning rooms. Very professional staff and courteous. Wonderful atmosphere leaving you with a smile on your face. Would definitely recommend staying here. Location is a plus across the street from Hard Rock and Beau Rivage Casinos. Wonderful restaurants including the famous Historical Mary Mahoney's Famous French House Restaurant. Short walking distance to all of these. Definitely a must stay Hotel.

The wife and I took a short getaway to Biloxi.We stayed here at the Best Western since it is right across the street from the Beau Rivage and right down the street from the Hard Rock.I recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay here in Biloxi.This is my go to hotel.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing! Breakfast was limited due to Covid, but still provided a hot breakfast, pastries, cereal etc. The staff is very nice and smiling the majority of the time.

On two separate occasions we were approached by homeless men who were trying to get into hotel when we went in or even worse maybe try to “mug” us?! Luckily we were able to close the door quickly so they couldn't follow us in! Also our room was located in the corner on the first floor with a patio sliding door on the side of the building. We didn't feel safe there.

We only stayed one rainy night, but the hotel was clean, secure, and convenient. Breakfast in the morning was great! We were directly across from Beau Rivage (a casino) where we won a dollar or two. Our room was clean, and our breakfast the next morning was great. Cooked hot, to order, and served individually. No "grab and go" which consisted of yogurt, fresh fruit and other stuff we couldj't put in a cooler, like some of the other hotels on our trip.

Friends and I stayed one night for a 5k. The modified breakfast service due to COVID was great. Location is across from Beau Rivage which is very convenient. My only complaint is the bed hurt my back.

This is a very nice property. Convenient to casinos, very good eating establishments and the hospital if you are in town for that. I like that it was close enough to walk to the casinos or to some really nice places to eat without the hassle of actually staying at the casino.

We stay at this hotel every time we come to Biloxi. Not far from casinos and places to eat. I am a Best Western Gold card member so I recommend that anyone staying at a Best Western to become a member if not already one.We had trouble with the ac so I called the front desk to tell them about and no time at all 2 maintenance men came in to check it out. Was told it could not be a quick fix so they gave us another room.I recommend this place to stay while in Biloxi.

The location of this property is walking distance from beach, casinos, eateries and parks! The price is awesome for the quality of location. Hot and cold breakfast provided. Only complaint was bed kinda soft and pillows too soft

This is a great hotel. From the staff to the accommodations, I was impressed. The gentleman who answered the phone was very professional and accommodating. Check-in was very professional. The complementary breakfast was nice. I woyld definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms are very nice. They keep the grounds very clean. Staff is truly very friendly. They will help you with any problem or information you made want to know. I stay here a lot and would not stay any where else.

Great location near all the casinos and a few restaurants, very short and easy drive to others. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room well equipped. They are still serving a continental breakfast and do a good job of making things accessible, while trying to follow Covid guidelines. This a an older motel and it does show its age, especially if you look closely. I would definitely stay here again when rooms at casinos are not available.

YOU CAN HAVE A "BUFFET" OF ALL THE CASINOS in Biloxi and even Margaritaville if you stay here-not to mention the beach and other attractions as well. Well priced and awesome customer service. Check it out!

I enjoyed my experience at the hotel. What I enjoyed the most was the location. It was across the street from the casino that I wanted to go to and within walking distance from the beach. The rooms were nice but a little pricey.

No queen beds. This was a huge issue with us! An old motel that badly needs remodeling. Breakfast was Ho Hum at the least. If in Biloxi try to avoid the hotel. We were just travelin through and mot hotels were full

For the price I paid I was very disappointed. The hotel has no beach access that I could see, it was completely blocked by other hotels on the other side of the street. The pool was extremely small. Room was clean and the breakfast was average.

The room was really nice. It was clean & very comfortable. The security guy is creepy lurking in hallways. You won't have any privacy, even with the sign on door. They came in our room when we were gone.

We had a 3 night stay and were very pleased. The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was nice and helpful. All of the amenities were open, ( ie the pool and hot breakfast). We enjoyed having the balcony and the AC worked great!

Second time staying at this Best Western, Great location and well maintained property. Good value. Decent Breakfast Considering grab and go during Covid-19.,As I have seen at other Best Western hotels a designated area for grilling would have been nice.

We stayed here traveling through MS on our way back to Texas. Had a good night stay with comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast in the morning was great with scrambled eggs, sausage patties, sausage links, bacon, biscuits, gravy, boiled eggs, waffles and pastries/cereal. Good coffee. Right across the street from Beau Rivage/beach. Highly recommend!

Stayed here while visiting family who was at the Beau Rivage. This facility has good parking, very nicely appointed rooms, extremely comfortable beds and pillows, and our room also had a whirlpool tub. And it was clean. The entrance to the Beau was directly across the street but you had to walk about half a block to a walkway over the highway and then back another half block or so to the Beau. Very convenient location. We stayed on a Friday night and it was very quiet. Breakfast was fantastic .... scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, along with hard boiled eggs, waffles, yogurt, fruit and other choice. This motel is close to everything. Will definitely stay here again when in Biloxi.

We spent the night here while in Biloxi for a concert at a nearby venue. Conveniently located in a walkable neighborhood with the Beau Rivage just across the street and Hard Rock a couple bocks away we parked and walked to our event. This BW was super clean and all employees were friendly, personable and easily identifiable as they wore uniforms. Chevron smooth and easy with Kevin at front desk. The room was as promised, clean , comfortable and smelled fresh. Nice balcony with view of highway and Beau Rivage. The pool area looked clean and inviting but the temps were a bit cold to use it. The vending area was clean and not ridiculously priced like some hotels. After our night out we returned to our room noting that all areas of the property were well lit and nicely landscaped. The bed and pillows were “just right” and we slept as well as at home. Other travelers and highway noise were not an issue. Upon awakening we had the complimentary breakfast. BW does not skimp here - hot eggs, bacon , sausage links and patties, Fresh Kristen Keene doughnuts, fresh fruit, cereals, juices, coffee and morning papers. The employee handling breakfast was nice, friendly and helpful despite being very busy with hungry guests. Check out was smooth and the rates were very affordable for the area. My only complaint is we had to leave! This BW has set the bar high for our future travels.

We stayed at the BW Oak Manor for the first time. If we ever need a motel in this area, we will certainly return. Check in was amazing with the friendly, helpful staff. When we went to our room we found it extremely clean and spacious. We had an issue with the tv's reception, called front desk (again, very nice, courteous front desk staff) within 5 minutes, a maintenance person came to us and determined that the cable was plugged in wrong . Quick fix. Location is great for anything in Biloxi.

I have stayed at this facility several times. This past trip was to celebrate an anniversary. Room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. It is close to shopping, casinos, and restaurants. The full breakfast was delicious; eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits, fruit, waffles, etc.

The hotel was excellent. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. It's located directly across from the Beau Rivage. And the price I paid for two nights was Beautiful! You definitely get a bang for your buck.You are are directly in the mix of things. Once you park, it's no need to get in your car again. Everything is pretty much walking distance.

This was our first time staying at your hotel! It was for our anniversary! Even though we were late arriving due to inclement weather your staff was so gracious and kind to us! Our room was clean, quite, had a great view of the Beau Rivage casino, was in walking distance to great places to eat, (alcoholic beverages) if you partake in that and a ball park! We were very happy and will be back again! So if you are looking for a great place to stay at a fine hotel this is your place! Hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

This is a Great place to stay. The staff here are all super sweet. Rooms are nice.They keep it clean and ready to help you if you ask for anything. Breakfast ready for you on first floor. Nice pool. There's a Balcony you can sit out on.

We have been coming to this hotel every year for 8 years and have never been disappointed. The staff is top of the line, rooms are always clean and the breakfast is wonderful. We would never even consider staying anywhere else.

Great customer service, fresh clean property. Casinos, restaurants, baseball park and beaches in walking distance. Easy access off interstate. Breakfast excellent. I have stayed at this hotel for years.

The employes are courteous, happy and helpful. We stayed here the past 4 years for an annual event and are happy that we see the same employee faces each year; front desk, security, and cleaning! Crazy thing is they remeber us, the car we drive, and past experiences with us! This is a safe place where you are treated like family! I pre-book before I leave each year!

Everything about the property was average to above average when it comes to accommodations; however, the staff was so rude and uncaring, it made the stay a little unpleasant. I moved over to the Beau Rivage and had a much friendly experience.

The hotel was in a very good area (close to every thing). I think the hotel could use some redecorating and remodeling. The breakfast room was rather small for the number of people eating. No water was available. The front desk clerk was excellent!

Cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The only good thing it has going for it is that it does not allow pets. It is filthy, moldy smelling and overpriced. The location to casinos was great. Waffle House is next door.

I would not stay at this best western again maybe other locations. The smell was horrible on the first floor getting of the elevator. Boxes line up in the hall, rooms that looked like utility rooms the door was open God forbid a young child had wondered in there out of curiosity.

Hair dryer was broken and air conditioner filters were dirty. Didn't report them due to not using the dryer and just removed the filters which fixed the cooling problem. Staff was friendly and security walked around entire property constantly.

My wife enjoyed the casino across the street from the very convenient, quiet, and clean BW . Check in was quick and painless. We didn't eat the full breakfast but the dinning area was still full at 9:30

Our trip was solely to bring my mother to see the ocean for the first time. It is located within walking distance of everything! The rooms were very clean and affordable. Breakfast was fresh and offered a wide variety of choices. The staff is amazing and I cant thank them enough for helping make this trip extra special for my Mother. The hotel is in need of a remodel. It smells, there was mold around the bathtub caulking, the baseboard in the bathroom was coming apart from the wall. And in the morning, I woke up to a roach in the bathroom sink!

We were traveling the Gulf Coast and catching baseball games along the way. The hotel is right across the street from the MGM Stadium. We were only there for a night and had no need or desire to stay at a casino hotel. This was perfect. There is a great restaurant right next door and it is in walking distance to lots of things.

The location is great. It's literally right across the street from the Beau Rivage. The hotel is no-frills but if you want an inexpensive place to stay that's walking distance from all the attractions, this is the place.

My girlfriends and I went for a night to celebrate my birthday. The ladies at the front desk were very nice. Our room was clean. The only negative thing about the room was the bathtub faucet was hard to operate. I know that sounds crazy but you had to keep turning it opposite ways for it to come on. The walls were pretty thin. We could hear when someone showered. It was like being in a waterfall. Also, someone that worked there was talking over the radio at 1 am. Overall, great price for the location near the beach and casinos. I've stayed there on two separate occasions and will stay again in the future.

I paid $213 to have a balcony room on the beach instead I got a balcony room with a dumpster and the next hotel... check out was 11 but housekeeping was banging on the door at 8:30 great if you're going for casinos.. my husband and I don't gamble though..

Nice, moderately priced hotel with good personnel and a great guy running the breakfast room. It is located across from the Beau Rivage and within walking distance of other casinos and eateries. I was able to get in a five mile run on a route that avoided traffic once I got off the main drag (beach and residential streets). It is next door to MGM stadium so I wandered over and got to see the Shuckers win a home game. Lots of fun!

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the beds was grea! Loved the shower, water pressure was so good. Breakfast was good, many choices to choose from, friendly breakfast host. My great granddaughter loved being in the kiddie pool. We enjoyed our stay would recommend to anyone coming to Biloxi.

I stay here a couple times per year. The staff is great and the hotel which is older is maintained very well. Clean and they are always making upgrades. Walking distance to casinos and great restaurants.

We were going to stay at one of the great casino hotels but my brother in law told me to stay at the Best Western Oak Manor and that was great advice. It's a small hotel but has a great view off it's balcony. It is short walk to the Beau Rivage casino which is one of the best in Biloxi. Large comfortable rooms with microwave oven and refrigerator. One of the best things about it was the free breakfast buffet each morning. James the person running the buffet takes great pride in serving hot, fresh food. We looked forward to breakfast each morning.

I would recommend staying here when you visit Biloxi Mississippi. Comfortable, clean, a great location to casino's. I felt safe and secure. I will definitely stay here on my yearly trip. The staff was as friendly as could be. The rooms had everything I wanted.

If you're looking for a clean, spacious room for a reasonable rate in Biloxi, this is your place. The room is clean, and the bathroom is a decent size with a jetted tub. The hotel is located directly across the street from the Beau Rivage Casino - go try the buffet! The breakfast was decent, as well, with the standard fare: eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, cold cereals, pastries, coffee and juice. Not bad at all for the rate. The only negatives were the noise - we were up til nearly 11 last night listening to a couple of guys talking outside in just normal tones of voice, but I was able to put the a/c on to cover the noise. The walls may be a little thin. The other thing was the slight smell of lingering cigarette smoke which seems to permeate the hall and our non smoking room. It's not overwhelming, by any means, and it's not affecting my allergies, but you can smell it. Overall, though, our stay here was good, and I'd definitely stay again!

I stay here quite often when I visit Biloxi. Excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms and bed, and great location in the center of things in Biloxi. Beau Ruvage is across the street and the Hard Rick is a block away. It is also next door to the new minor legume baseball stadium. Great value for the money.

The Oak Manor BW hotel is centrally located at Beach Blvd in front of Beau Rivage Casino. I still could not make up my mind after endlessly surfing the Internet that I would like to stay at hotel that is lower than my ptreferred Hotel chains.After endlessly surfing the internet ,spoke with Helena, night shift front desk at 2Am and she charmed and convinced me that I should book at Oak Manor. At he day of hotel checked in ,the reservation clerk is welcoming and proudly remind us of their Breakfast between 6 and 10am. We came down late at 9am and was surprised with still warm and full buffet of Country Breakfast . The 2 servers kept the food trays and entire breakfast area organized on a busy weekend. Do not miss the Biscuits and Gravy ! The management must be good to their team members,because they are so proud and happy at Oak Manor Hotel. I am genuinely impressed and touched by the country warmth that exudes at Oak Manor Best Western!

From the check-in to the check-out we had a great stay at this location. Walking distance from the places we wanted to go, very clean and stylish decor, and friendly staff. The in room amenities were great-- spacious, comfortable bedding, refrigerator, microwave, and small balcony/ patio. The Breakfast was great with many options to choose from including Krispy Kreme donuts!

We stayed there to watch a parade that comes right in front of hotel. Service was great. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was great too. I do recommend getting up early to eat breakfast to avoid crowds. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in a good location for the event we were there for which was St.Patricks parade. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the room is very clean. I especially enjoy the jetted tub it is total relaxation after a long day. We will be back.

I stayed here for business and it happened to fall over Mardi Gras. The location is great. You are easily within walking distance of a few hotels, casinos, and the beach.It is easy access onto I-110 or you can just cruise down Beach Blvd. The parade on Mardi Gras went right in front of the hotel. The location makes this hotel worth it but don't expect great things. As some others mentioned, the lobby does have an odor. I was immediately concerned that my room might smell too. It did, but it had a different smell. They were remodeling rooms and I ended up on a floor where they hadn't remodeled the rooms, but the floor smelled like paint. I had to air out my room every day. The refrigerator froze everything and it took 3 phone calls before someone came out to swap it with another one that worked. On the days I had the room serviced, they did little more than make the bed and restock shampoo. The floors were never vacuumed and the sheets weren't changed once over my 10 day stay. At one point, the staff did not pull the door to my room shut all the way, leaving my room and belongings unsecured. The weekend breakfast provided more options on pastries than the weekday breakfast and during the week, the staff member was not ready at 6am. Since I had to leave the hotel no later than 6:15 in order to not be late, I usually ended up with only coffee and fruit. They also failed to order extra pastries on the weekend prior to Mardi Gras even though staff members informed us they would be full over the weekend. Despite it being Mardi Gras, the hotel was quiet at night. I tried to pay the night before check-out since I had to leave very early in the morning and they would not let me nor offered me any kind of express check-out option. I did provide all of these comments to management and received an email apologizing.

This property is in the shadows of the big dog casino hotels. Pulling up you think what was I thinking (when looking at the ultra modern multi-story casino properties), but at the end of my 8 night stay I was so happy I made the choice. Check-in was easy and uneventful. I was moved from my room preference as the area I would have been in was under construction/remodel. They were concerned about the noise - Glad they were looking out for me. My room was not ultra modern by any means, but not run down either... I was on the 1st floor which is scheduled to be the last they renovate. Talking to some of the staff, it sounds like the renovations were very nice. The staff in the breakfast area were great. Very accommodating, very friendly. Breakfast was good, the usual basics in a hotel continental breakfast. Staff encouraged me to knock on the door on my departure day as I was leaving before it opened. They wanted me to get a little bite & cup of coffee for the road. Also heard the breakfast staff conversing with folks who were actually repeat visitors, sounds like a loyal following... Room was nicely cleaned everyday I returned. The grounds were immaculate. Each night I returned there was a gentleman working outside. Saw him patching things, sweeping up, blowing the fallen leaves, etc. Hotel itself was nice and quiet all night. I would highly recommend the property which again is dwarfed by the major casino properties. Heck, if you want to gamble all you have to do is cross the street!

Well worth the money paid! Friendly staff, clean rooms, EXCELLENT FULL HOT BREAKFAST! Hotel located in a convenient area. The rooms were really nice. Our room was a double queen. It included a fridge, microwave, tv, etc.

Close to the Beau Rivage and the Hard Rock casinos.My wife and I went to a concert at the Hard Rock which is right down the street from the Best Western. The Beau Rivage is right across the street from the hotel.I recommend this hotel to anybody who visits Biloxi.

This is by far my favorite best western property. This staff are friendly helpful and professional. The rooms are top notch. I can't think of a better location on the gulf coast. I especially love the balcony rooms they offer, overlooking the beau revage. And the breakfast is first rate.

They were clean and amazing! Took us in when our previous hotel screwed us and gave us a discounted price because of the previous hotels screw up! Very friendly staff and clean rooms! We loved this hotel!

I stayed in the Oak Manor Best Western on a Saturday night. The parking lot was well lit and front desk staff (the front desk is in a separate building away from the hotel rooms) was friendly. My main complaint was that there were loud people on my floor and when I called the front desk in the middle of the night to report it, no one answered. The back-side of the hotel also seemed to have people milling about and passing through on their way to other places. Its an OK place to stay, the room showed sign of wear and tear (and age), but it was comfortable. Hallways are in need of better lighting and repair and hotel staff seem I interacted with seemed suspect of everyone they saw (as if there is a security issue). Breakfast was good -- lots of options. A very polite gentleman was there to keep items refilled, but I also felt like he was there to make sure people off the street didn't just wander in and help themselves. The hotel is right across the street from the beach, however beach access is blocked by the Beau Rivage hotel and casino. So if you are wanting to stay here and go to the beach, you will have to drive somewhere else, as you cannot access the beach from the Best Western except by walking through the Beau Rivage lobby. While it wasn't a bad hotel, I will probably stay somewhere else next time I'm in Biloxi. While its not a bad hotel, something about the facility made me feel unsafe.

We had a bad experience at a casino hotel (goes by initials only) in MS we checked out as fast as we checked in, we called another Casino Hotel that we normally go to and they were booked and recommended Best Western across the street. Kevin at the desk could not do enough for us and made sure that our stay was the BEST. The room was comfortable and clean (could be a bit updated) He told us that we would get a complimentary full breakfast but we had already had plans to go to the casino buffet. The staff, Kevin at the desk and the woman also at the desk and Ray the maintenance/security person, could not do enough for us. They heard we needed a room and why and they made sure we had all that we needed. The price was reasonable and we could walk across the street to the Beau Rivage. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is convenient to the casinos, food and gas stations. But the hotel is in desperate need of updating. Cleaning, fresh paint, new carpet and new bedding. Curtains don't completely close so outside lighting was a problem all night. The office is seperate from rooms and there is only one way to get to the office from the main street.Breakfast and coffee were good. The staff was fantastic.

Best service I have received in a long time! Very busy weekend due to the marathon events one block away, yet every single employee genuinely cared about and ensured we had a great experience. Seamless check-in. Receiving an extra blanket quickly and with a smile. Maintenance worker holding the door open for us. Another worker making sure we knew where breakfast was located. Breakfast staff very attentive and interactive with the kids. Even helped my youngest make her breakfast. All simple things, but all too often not seen at most hotels. Great job to the entire staff at Best Western Oak Manor, and THANK YOU!

We had a pleasurable experience at this hotel. It is close to entertainment and was very tidy. The staff was very friendly. We will stay here again. The breakfast is phenomenal. Check in/out was simple.

Pleanty of ground floor suites with parking right outside is what I like. The breakfast included is what I expect in this type of facility and staff were efficiant friendly and curteous. The room was a above expected quality for the rate.

Staff was extremely helpful at breakfast with my 3 children. They even packed us some on the road care packages. Location is fantastic with easy travel to wherever you need to go. There is a coffee shop in the same parking lot that was a fun add-on to hanging out in the area.

The family and I came down to stay for a short getaway during the fall break. Best Western has been our choice for lodging in the past several years and have yet to be disappointed. Comfort friendliness and professional staff have always been the norm we have encountered so please continue.

I find Hotels in the BW chain to be inconsistent and usually avoid them. I made an exception for this one because of the good TripAdvisor rating. Unfortunately, this is not one I would recommend. Upon arrival there was no record of our reservation. The person at the front desk was not nice or helpful even when I showed her my email confirmation. I called Expedia and they were able to straighten it out but our check-in process took at least 20 minutes longer than it should have. This hotel is an older Best Western. Our standard king room was large and the bed was very comfortable. There's a nice little patio overlooking the parking lot. It could use an update though, especially the bathroom. The breakfast area is small but it was clean. The food was pretty standard for this type of hotel although there were more hot food choices than usual - scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy - and a waffle iron to make fresh waffles. Note that while there are non-smoking rooms and floors, it is not a non-smoking hotel so you do notice a faint cigarette smoke odor in some areas of the building.

the staff at this location are like family. these people go over and beyond their duties to accommadate your needs. Best people ever! the rooms, grounds, breakfast area are always kept neat and clean.

We have stayed at this hotel for several years for Crusin the Coast. The Management and Staff are always accommodative, helpful, and polite. The hotel is close to casinos and other Crusin the Coast events.

Was a good area of Biloxi. Hotel is in the center of all the Casinos and has easy Beach access. You really don't have to get in your car, if walking is your thing, you are in walking distance, you're in the middle of it ALL.

Humidity is definitely a problem in the evenings, with the air conditioning.Rooms uncomfortable and air kept going on and off. Hard to adjust TV andnot good instructions given. Location great and hotel staff very attentive!

We enjoyed the room, the hot tub is a little tight for two people. The lobby has a strong oder and I wouldn't recommend the bacon or the biscuits for breakfast. Other than that we would stay again. ??

I truly enjoyed my stay. Location was everything. I can't wait to go back. This hotel is family friendly and I recommend couple to take the room with the jacuzzi tub. It has a daiquiri shop next door and a casino across the street.

My daughter and I enjoyed staying here. The parking lot was well lit and secure. The room was clean and comfortable. (They have the best complimentary shampoo and conditioner!) The staff was also friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the breakfast. They even had blueberry waffles! (The breakfast area was a little cramped.). I look forward to staying here again.

Good Value. I was going to a concert across the street and saved a lot of money staying at Best Western. Lot was very secure for my car. Staff at check in were very polite and respectful. There was a full breakfast that was very good.

Upon checking in the lobby has a very bad odor. The room itself was good, the sink did not drain well but no big deal. Biggest problem for me was there was no work stattion to set up my laptop. Had to use the small table in the room and unplug a light to plug it in. The breakfast was above the standard fare and the man who was working it was very nice and helpful. Bed and pilows were very good, but the a/c was quite noisy. If i can't find a room at one of the casinos I would stay here again.

Breakfast was excellent. Right across from casino and attractions Spend a little more money to stay at casino next time . The lobby need better appearance and had a bad smell like sour carpet. Reception at desk not friendly

This BW was clean, convenient, had fast wifi and the breakfast surpassed our expectations. We slept well in our King bed but we felt the movement of the bed every time one of us turned over. The balcony door on our second floor room (237) didn't lock. I should have mentioned this at check out but forgot. Check-in is along Beach Blvd but the hotel is set further back from the road. At night it's best to walk next to check-in to get to the casino. We made the mistake of walking along the west side of the hotel parking lot and a nearby bar/restaurant and we were approached by a begging panhandler. We would stay here again.

Oak Manor is a very nice hotel along Beach Blvd in Biloxi. No beach view but the beach is within walking distance. Great breakfast included. Just had my 3rd time staying and will mostly likely stay again.

They have a good free break feasts , the location was perfect . If the room was cleaner and didnt have such a bad order, I woud not have been in such a rush to leave, Our room was close to the entrance so when we had the balcony door open the cigarette smoke cam straight to our room.

I booked a room for myself to attend an event at the Gulf Coast Collusium. I used the hotel tonight app. It was close to the venue and near the hotel where my other friends stayed. The staff was upbeat and fun. I didn't hear other guest while in my room. The other guest I did come across were nice. I didn't feel unsafe staying alone. I'd stay again for the value and location!

Okay, let me start with the reservation we made for my husband & our Granddaughter was made through Canel-On but none the less this Best Western screwed up. We reserved a king suite to accommodate the 3 or us and to be able to see the Blue Angels air show from the beach. We splurged paying $325 for 1 night but hey, it's the first time we've traveled with the granddaughter and we wanted to treat her. The day after making the non refundable reservation we got a call & email from Cancel-On saying, sorry but they were fully booked at the time we made this reservation for you. They offered to find another hotel but not pay any increased price. They came through with a girl 2 miles from the beach and only 1 king size bed. Sorry but no thanks and we'll never use Cancel-On again to book anything. FYI, they did refund the $$ but no air show for us this year :(

Our room seemed clean, except for some mold in the shower. We stayed on the third floor and the hallways smelled a bit like soggy vegetables. As for the tv; there's no Netflix or Hulu and their selection of channels is very basic. Overall we liked the hotel and location but we feel it was overpriced.

On our way to Panama City Florida, stayed at half way at the Best Western Oak Manor in Biloxi Ms. The room was roomy & comfortable. Fast checki in and check out. Pleasant staff. Good breakfast. Across the street from casino and walking distance to restaurant. I Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful views, great staff pool and breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay. Convenient, close to beaches, excellent service on a busy summer weekend. Parking was great and we felt safe. Easy access to restaurant and bar next door. We will return.

None other than what I have already posted about the desk clerk that checked us in. Breakfast was delicious, had two helpings. Room was clean and fresh smelling. Hope the hotel takes notice and trains Nicole before to long, we will return in a few months.

I was here for just an overnight stay while on the road. Nothing special about this Best Western. Room was okay, it was clean. Was definitely a beach / gamblers used room. If you're a gambler, which I am not, this place probably works. Office is located in different building than rooms which is a little awkward, and can be a bit difficult to get in and out of the property.

Was satisfied for the price. Clean swimming pool, safe location, average continental breakfast. The inside of the room did have slight odor but nothing unbearable and the room key didn't work properly.

A nice little hotel and a good free breakfast. It was nice to not be in a casino and to still have easy access to the beach, especially the lighthouse area which is a stones through away from where the hotel is.

Anytime we go to the MS Gulf Coast we prefer to stay here. We've never been disappointed with the accommodations. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the employees are friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located.

Our family enjoyed an eventful get together because this hotel is centrally located to take advantage of all the surrounding ammenties. If you do not wish to take advantage of the hotel pool, you are virtually across the street from a public beach area. You can visit local casinos and enjoy their many amenities. When you finish your side trips, you have a pleasant environment to return and relax before heading back out to take advantage of the many fine restaurants in the area. we went to Biloxi MS primarily as a sight seeing trip and chose Best Western Oak Manor primarily because of past reviews. The bed was very comfprtable, and the breakfast was good, with some very good coffee. would stay here again.

I have stayed at this motel many times over the years and have always enjoyed it and felt as though it was fairly clean. However, this last time, I found hair on the wrinkled pillowcases and on the sheets and on the toilet seat and vanity. The tile bathroom floor was filthy especially around the edges and under the vanity. The bed that I slept in had an unpleasant odor on the sheets that was not from me but had to be from the previous occupant. The tv remote didn't work without great effort & lots of patience and time. We will defiantly return in the near butcher and will for sure tell all our friends and relatives need to come to Biloxi and stay at this best western. We stayed here one night while in town to attend a concert. The front desk staff was very helpful. I had to call ahead because we were arriving before check in time, and it was no problem. The parking lot was full, but each guest gets a parking pass for their dash, or else the car will be towed, so there were still some spaces, and no poachers. WiFi was free and fast. There was an outdoor concert going on next door which was quite loud in the parking lot, but you could not hear it in the room, so I'd say the soundproofing was pretty good! The room was very comfortable and clean. There was a balcony with chairs that you can sit outside. Security was visible at night after the concert, which was nice. The breakfast was not just fruit and cold cereal. It was a full breakfast. Lots to choose from, fresh waffles made while you wait and not ahead, fresh orange juice. This was the best hotel breakfast I think I've ever seen at a chain hotel that you didn't have to pay for.

This was a good choice for our overnight stay. The price was very reasonable for the area. It was across the street from casinos and in the heart of Biloxi activity. The staff was helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast.

We stayed 2 nights here and the staff was super friendly and helpful. It's within walking distance to hard rock and a few other casinos. Breakfast was hot and a variety to choose from. Beds were super comfy. They do have an outdoor pool which was great for the kids. Room was very clean as well as the bathroom.

We stayed here for three days (kids spring break trip) and I must say that this hotel met our needs. It's a strange set up (lobby is separate from the rooms). However, breakfast is in the same area as the rooms. We had a balcony room that overlooked the Beau Rivage and the kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was the best ever compared to other chains I've stayed at (Holiday Inn and Comfort Suites). Everyone worked really hard to accommodate the needs and wants. My only complaint is that they need a larger breakfast area. Other than that we will choose this hotel again.

Hits: - Across the street from Beau Rivage and soon MGM Park - Price - Free Hot Breakfast - Pool - Balconies with view of Beau Rivage (think about this...they pay up to 4X ..to view the Best Western) - Microwave, mini fridge, coffee station, etc. Misses: - Loose caulking with some noticeable mold in places around bathtub - Rust and uncleanliness at bathroom door threshold - Torn carpet at bathroom threshold - Being made to walk in the rain to get key cards updated because check-in clerk set them for one day on a three day stay. - 3rd Floor soda machine sold out for three nights. - Those half pillows. Grrr - Poor quality TP - AC smelled like musty feet and compressor cycle was LOUD - TV channels mostly said 'not subscribed..', and TV zoom level cropped a noticeable amount of the picture. It's a solid 2.5-star hotel. You know what you're getting, but it could be considerably better without much effort. DETAILS!

On our way to Disneyworld we stopped for an overnight stay. We enjoyed the location of the hotel. We walked to eat and then to the casinos. Very good location and very nice rooms. Our family all enjoyed it very much.

This is my first review of the Best Western Oak Manor, but not our first stay. This is a well maintained and a strategically located hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable with all the amenities. Although not offensive enough to change rooms, the room we had on our last stay did have a faint smell of cigarette smoke. They should be more serious about the penalties for smoking in the rooms. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, the breakfast had a great selection of good quality breakfast items, including fruit and yogurt. The parking lot always has spaces available even when you come in late at night and the spaces are somewhat generous in size. If you can get a room at a fair price this hotel is a great place to stay in Biloxi.

Clean rooms, great staff and directly across the street from the Beau Rivage casino/hotel. The complimentary breakfast buffet was one of the best we've experienced. Hot and cold food choices, fruit and several cold and hot beverages thanks to Jamie, the chef.

This hotel is in a good location. It seems a little old, but one thing made it nice was that you didn't have to go outside to go to the breakfast buffet. Instead of that being in the building where you check in, it's located in the building where all of the rooms are. We could walk to Beau Rivage and to Hard Rock Café casinos. I walked down to "the loop" to take pictures. Staff was nice to us always. We had to add on an extra day due to icy weather. No problem since it's off season and plenty of rooms available.

Very clean comfortable rooms, great breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Great location to stay if you want to visit casino or beach, but don't want to be in a hotel like place. Doors to outside balcony or patio and also inside hsllway.

If you're going to events or just having fun at the Beau Rivage or Hard Rock you can probably save a few bucks by staying at the Best Western. It's located right across the street from both. This is one of the best Best Westerns I have stayed at. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Very clean hotel on Beach Blvd directly across from casino with friendly staff. We had an outside balcony facing the water and casino even though the view of the water was blocked from by the casino and hotel across the street it was nice to be able to open the sliding glass door and get fresh air into the room.

Overall great stay. Staff extremely friendly, room was clean and quiet, had no issues. Breakfast looked good but we were in a hurry to leave, but had many options and it was hot. Great location, short walk to casinos and beach.

We were in town for the MS Gulf Coast half marathon and the start/finish line was right next door to this hotel. It was an older hotel and the lobby was not attached to the rest of hotel. But overall was in fair shape and clean. Building noise was pretty loud. Breakfast was great with lots of options.

The room was in a great location. To me it's a little pricey for the rooms which are older. This was my 2nd time to stay and last August, I paid $80.00 this trip I paid $ 143.00. Big difference in price.

We were going to the ballet and the location of this hotel was perfect. We loved the first floor balcony which provided quick access for unloading the car. The room was very clean and we loved the refrigerator and microwave as when traveling with grandchildren there is always food and drinks. We heard no noise from the adjacent rooms which also is a plus with children as we too love to sleep a little late. Great breakfast. Always a plus.

We always stay at the BW when visiting Biloxi. The wife and I took a long weekend vacation and stayed here.The downtown area is within walking distance as well as casinos.The only reason I did not rate it as excellent was because my room had a musty smell in it. Maybe the ac filter needs to be changed in it.Besides that it was a good stay, Would recommend staying here.

So many concert venues close by. Easy to get to all of them. We have gone by ourselves and with a group. Wonderful area for everyone to have something to do at all times of the day. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice and comfortable facility. We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location was in proximity to the beach (though not the best beach stretch) and within walking distance of several restaurants. I only wish they provided bottle drinking water as the water from the faucet smelled like water from the sea.

if you want clean, good breakfast, friendly service and a value for your money Oak Manor is the one for you. We come to the Gulf Coast often and have stayed at the Casino's Hotels, they do not compare to the Best Western, Oak Manor it is cleaner, more comfortable, less expensive and friendlier than most of the fancier hotels.

Within walking distance of the casinos, cost a lot less then staying at the casinos. Near the beach and many restaurants. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Also near shopping in ocean springs or Biloxi.

Comfortable, clean room easily accessible to the Beau Rivage and other casinos and the beach. Breakfast was included, and was adequate but nothing special. The room was quiet and very pleasant. Staff were always cordial and helpful.

Great staff, service, room, food and clean/comfy bed!!! Across from the Casino and next door to a daiquiri shop....it really does not get any better when u are just getting away for a night to just relax.

Rooms are clean, excellent location, love the staff because they go that extra mile for their guest and really good breakfast. The only con is that the furniture, bathtub and carpet is starting to get old but I am already booked for next year and would recommend this hotel. I would suggest also a different cable company to go with.

I have stayed here sereral times. It is a great location with food, and entertainment in walking distance. The staff was helpful with phone number for pizza. The neighborhood is nice and it is close to most everything, shopping food, entertainment, etc.

The Oak Manor hotel is our favorite place to stay in Biloxi. We have stayed here 12+ years for Cruisin the Coast. The staff is friendly and always greets you with a smile. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, linens are fresh and the room always smells nice. The enlarged breakfast area was a nice surprise, the food was exceptional with such a large choice to choose from. The housekeeping staff was very prompt in cleaning the room. The private balcony was a nice place to have coffee in the morning. We love it here.

We usually come to Biloxi at least twice a year and we normally stay at this hotel at least one night. We know we will get a nice clean room with friendly service. This hotel is an excellent location for the things we like to do when we are in Biloxi.

I stay here every year for Mardi Gras. Our group has about 10-12 rooms for the 2 day event and we love it. It is across the street from Beau Rivage & Hard Rock Casinos & MGM baseball stadium, Home of the Biloxi Shuckers! Downtown is a short walk or car ride away with wonderful restaurants, bars & a brewery too. They have an expansive continental breakfast if you can call it continental. Waffles, Cereal, Breads, Muffins & Bagels, Boiled Eggs, Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Biscuits & Gravy, Coffee & Juice. I'm sure I am forgetting something. Geez, I sound like a commercial but I'm not.

Late afternoon office staff was were just great. In fact all the staff I encountered were very helpful and friendly. I was having problems finding a room for the night but not at the BW. Got a great room, clean with lots of amenities, mini-frig, microwave, etc. The bed was a little to hard for my liking ,but it could have just been that room. Anyway, I'd stay there again. Had no casino, but is right across the street from the Beau Rivage for your gambling pleasure. Thanks again to the BW Oak Manor for being so accommodating.

This hotel is directly across the street from the Beau Rivage. The hotel is very decent for the price, except on Saturday the room cost 179.00. I thought that was high, but it is conveniently located to the casinos.

Everyone at this hotel--the staff--all care that you have a great experience and are there at a moments notice should you need anything. What more can you ask for? It's not 'gorgeous'--who cares if it's not the Taj Majal? It was our Taj during the Irma Hurricane and I'll be going back. It's also quite inexpensive and central to anywhere you want to be in Biloxi

I have stayed many times at this hotel. It is right across the street from the casinos and the beach. The rooms are always clean, the breakfast is good and the convenience can't be beat for the price. The ground floor rooms are my favorite, because they have sliding doors to the outside. Nice place

Great hotel in a great location to the Beau Rivage! Just a quick walk across the street. The hotel was friendly and very clean for an older hotel. The price was reasonable. We had a vault, small fridge, and great comfortable beds.

We were going to stay at the beau rivage but found this very clean and friendly hotel as we drive through Mississippi. Very clean rooms and can sit outside. The staff was amazing and friendly. Close to everything can walk to hard rock and beau rivage. Pool was nice. Perfect place to stay.

Right next to all the big casinos. Short drive or Uber ride to restaurants on the beach. Very friendly staff, always someone around if you need help. Everything you need and at cheap price. Clean pool right by the front. Iv stayed here before and I will be again.

Best Western Oak Manor is one of my favorite places to stay. The staff is amazing, the rooms are clean, and well equipped. The grounds are beautiful, and well taken care of. They have a great continental breakfast. Hot and cold food. It is walking distance to casinos, dining, and the beach. We love it.

The room was great! The girl at the front desk was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. the name she gave was Tashika. Of course this may not have been her name since no name tags were worn. She obviously didn't want to be there. She never smiled and was extremely short with us from the beginning to the end. This was enough to make me say I would never go back. Had it not been for her attitude I would have given this hotel a high rating.

Nice room. Quiet. Maintainence was Johnny on the spot when I had problems with card keys. Excellent A/C in room. Clean. Lot of drawers for items. Overall high quality. BW needs to recalibrate their room key readers to open at any use by card. It is difficult to find the right speed to get the card to work correctly. This has been a problem with viturally every BW I have stayed.

Enjoyed our stay at the BW Oak Manor. They are located right across from, in my opinion, the nicest Resort and Casino, the Beau Rivage. The rooms are nice. If you are attending Crusin the Coast, the balcony rooms have a street view.

I have stayed at this location at least 6 times. Always a great experience with a reasonable price. This hotel is located just across the road from the gulf with easy access to a number of the gaming locations. It is a short drive to other locations just down the beach front. The recent trip allowed me to attend a local double A baseball game. The stadium is located a 1/2 block from the hotel. The stadium is new and had an great experience.

Hotel staff was polite and friendly. Stayed in a room with a Jetted tub and room was clean and a/c worked great! King bed was a little hard but that's only my personal opinion! Overall the stay was good and pool was clean.

Reasonable rates. No resort fees so you do not get a surprise on your bill. Decent complimentary breakfast. Right across the street from the Beau Rivage. Nice spacious room comfy bed and nice staff. What more do you need if you are on a budget. Recommended.

This is the closest place you can spend the night without staying at a casino, yet still be right there where the action is. you can walk to the Hard Rock or the Beau Rivage casinos. Also there is a walk over bridge across the street that takes you out over the water. This is not the most elegant place to stay, but you can't beat the price or the location.

This is a great place to stay for the family, business, or whatever it may be. Prices are very reasonable. The rooms were clean, beds very comfortable. LOVE the balcony and chairs. We didn't have a chance to get to the breakfast, but the coffee is great also! Nice view and very quiet for the area it is in. Recommend!

Enjoyed my stay, the bed was very comfortable, slept very well and had a wonderful breakfast each morning. I was in charge of making reservations for business associates and they all were happy with my choice. Close to everything I was wanting to participate in. Best value in Biloxi!

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for something reasonably priced and safe. The rooms are a little dated but are always very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect! Walk to the MGM Stadium to see the Shucker's play or cross the road and you are at the Beau Rivage Casino. I stay here a lot when traveling for work and have always had a nice stay.

The breakfast was the best. The staff were very friendly. A pleasant stay and close to the beach. We brought a 101 year old family member and it was comfortable for her as well. This was a good getaway, there's a gas station close and the rooms were very clean.

Very comfortable beds and nice hotel to sleep in. My only complaint is the parking lot. Do not drive large trucks or SUVs. If you do then park close to the check in/pool area. Hotel does not have a view of the gulf. Hotel front looks directly at a casino that blocks the gulf view. Hotel is adjacent to baseball park.

Hotel is directly across from Beau Rivage. Beach was a short walk away. Room was a decent size. Ample bath towels other than just 1 each as in some other accommodations. Breakfast was usual selection. Quick to make up rooms daily.

The internet was good. I did not have any problems with uploading files. The bed was comfortable or I was just tired, but I did not want to leave it the next morning. The attendants were all nice. There is no late check-out, but if you ask they may let you sit in the lobby and use the internet. This is an inside entrance hotel except for the bottom floor. It was nice and within distance of the beach and casinos.

We were there on a girls trip and had a great experience. The staff is extremely friendly, rooms were comfortable, breakfast was a nice addition in the morning. Cannot beat the location of this property that is located across from the Beau Rivage and walking distance to Hard Rock. We will return.

We stay at this location every visit to Biloxi. Depending on the weekend and what concerts are in town, this is usually a very good value but some weekends they do over price the rooms when capacity is almost full in the area. That would be my only comment, plan ahead so you don't pay a crazy price !

Great hotel! Friendly staff! Arrived before check-in time but they had a room for us ready! Breakfast was great! Had scrambled eggs and waffles and biscuits with gravy! A great breakfast and the breakfast lady was so nice! Room very clean and we even spoke with cleaning staff in the hall. So pleasant! Will stay again

Check in was very easy !! Holiday weekend stay, the staff was excellent at turning around the rooms. Stayed in the King room, very large with fridge and a balcony. Our room faced away from the hustle and bustle which made it very quiet. (odd numbered rooms) Also plenty of parking. Breakfast did have a number of different choices. All in all, I would stay here again.

This was a nice Hotel with lot's of amenities that I expect from a nice hotel. It is right across the street from the casino's and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Check in and Check out were a breeze. I really enjoyed my stay and will continue to stay at this Hotel when I visit Biloxi.

Good location, good rates (if you shop a bit or book in advance), breakfast area is well stocked but is a bit small, especially when the hotel is busy. Staff is courteous and helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable with a balcony or patio.

This hotel was awful. There is no way it is 3 stars. Noisy guests, rude staff, smelly building, rooms, and elevators--I have nothing good to say about it. The whole place reeked of smoke. None of my concerns were addressed. The bed was hard and there are not enough blankets. The breakfast attendant was the only person there who took pride in his work.

This is a really nice hotel. good location across the street to the hard rock and beau rivage casinos. Breakfast okay. Had bananas, apples, yogurt, cereal, milk and hot food. Price is okay for the location its in. If we don't stay at the casinos, this is where we always stay. My only thing is that I wish they had a shuttle that would take you to the casinos and back.

We usually stay at this hotel when we visit Biloxi because of the convenient location, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the price, among other things. The beds are very comfortable and the area is quiet even though it's close to everything.

I have stayed at several Best Western hotels across this great country and this one was the worst one by far. The staff is rude, the room stinks, the breakfast made my wife sick, there is not enough parking. For what you get the price should be cut in half.

Everything about the place was as stated online. Clean, comfortable and noce breakfast. Our only complaint was the odor in the whole place. Worse in elevator, but smell is everywhere if you are sensitive to smells like I am.

We loved this hotel! Our room was clean and the balcony had a nice breeze. We also had a jetted tub which was very relaxing! It was close to the beach which we loved! Only thing we did not like was the wifi. It was very weak & kept cutting off at some points! The pool was clean & warm since the sun was down & it was cool & breezy out. Other than the wifi our stay was was fabulous! We will be back!!

This hotel has a great location and that's about it. The rooms are run down and the staff is moderately nice but this property needs some work. At over $200 per night, the quality of this hotel is far below par and the only real quality is the location. We have stayed here before and will consider it again unless it continues to decline. The room had a very strong odor, most likely from cigarette smoke. The toilet flushes like a rocket ship taking off, and the water is luke-warm at best. Overall, this hotel is in a great location and is less expensive than the $300 per night rooms across the street.

Great price. Great accommodations. Very clean room. I was allowed to check in early as I needed to change my clothes for my work event. The breakfast was nice. The room was cool when I entered and it was gOld to have refrigerator and microwave.

Don't pay more at other hotels. This is close to everything, clean, comfy, and less expensive. I stay here every time I'm in the area. This one is almost half the price of the 'hotel' across the street.

Enjoyed our stay at Best Western Oak Manor in Biloxi great location reasonably priced. Near all attractiona and across the street from the Beau Rivage Casino. Hotel is on the site of the old Oak Manor Hotel from the 1960's

First of all, about the location. If you're a gambler, the Beau Rivage Casino is directly across the street, with the Hard Rock Casino/Hotel just to the east of the Rivage, both just a short walk away. If you're a foodie, there are various restaurants within the casinos, as well as elsewhere nearby. Several within walking distance; a small bar in front of the hotel, a McDonald's down the street to the east, as well as a few bars a short drive away to the northeast, which we didn't get to experience much, due to having a young child with us. If you're showing up for the sun, sand, and water, the gulf waters and beach are across the street and just down the road in either direction. This hotel is NOT waterfront, but, as I gathered while in town, not many places are, except the casinos and some various businesses. If you're a sports fan, a baseball park where the local minor league baseball team plays. While we were here, they had not only a minor league game on one night, but, then over the weekend, they had a baseball tournament of local schools. Now, as far as the hotel itself. The hotel at times, can feel a little old, but, I kept thinking of how many spring breakers, late night partyers, and tropical storms that this area has probably seen, so I looked past the occasional signs of age. I felt this way, because there are several areas where you can see that the owners have tried to fix up things and add some modern touches to the place here and there. Our two queen room was clean upon arrival, and during our entire 4 day stay, it was cleaned and refreshed whenever we needed. Everything worked, the beds were comfortable, free parking just below our third floor balcony, and a sense of security when you needed your room key to enter the building at night. There is also a room on the first floor where they have a free breakfast buffet. In front of the main guest room building is the small building which houses the check-in and lobby area as well as a small outdoor pool. This isn't a 4 star hotel by any means, just a nice, safe, comfortable hotel near everything, which won't make you feel broke when you leave.

Breakfast areas is way too small for this hotel but breakfast itself was good. Front desk staff wasn't overly friendly but did their job. Man working breakfast was nice but overwhelmed. I stayed on a holiday weekend and a second staff member might have been a help to him but the area was so small that another worker might have been in the way.

It was great. We will definitely go back. Haven went out of his way to make this perfect. The staff was nice. The rooms were clean. Very convenient to all the casinos. Very quiet and relaxing. I would recommend this location to anyone.

This hotel is in a great location and this is the best feature. It is old and can't deny it although there were partial updates. Our room was quite good except for the bathroom. Digusting: the tap water has a foul smell and taste. What really killed it was the breakfast. The restaurant has the size of a guest room and there was a chaos with crowds of people. I saw two ladies sitting on luggage trolleys in the corridor with their plates on their knees and I felt so sorry for them. I rated it 3 just because of the moderate price. However, we will not come again.

Great hotel. Staff is very friendly. Beds, internet, breakfast all fantastic. This is a great location for a stay on the Mississippi coast. Hotel is very clean. Very close to MGM Park to be able to go to a ball game.

If you want a clean,friendly,affordable hotel, this is a great place to stay. The staff are the very best ever. This hotel is one of the most quiet and each room has a balcony for fresh air and if you ever need something the staff was able to accommodate you immediately. The location is great, right across from the gulf and several casinos. There's a 24hr waffle house just next door and several things to do within 5 miles of hotel.

This hotel is the best value in Biloxi. It's central location makes for easy access to many of the amenities of the city. Price and service are unequaled, especially the staff. Sabrina Woods, at the front desk, always makes me feel at home and part of the family. Thank you Sabrina and Best Western Biloxi, for once again providing my wife and I, a great stay.

This hotel has a fantastic location, just across the street from the Beau Rivage. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, there is a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and the breakfast has a good variety of hot and cold selections. The walls are thin and when my neighbors came in at 2:00 am it woke me up. But you can't beat the location and the value.

It was ok beds could be more comfortable. Overall a 6 ! It made it convenient to get to a couple of the nice places. Hotel ran out of brochures, need to better stock ! It was priced a little high but over all we might come back if they would send out some deals

We have no complaints This was a clean hotel for a great price. The free breakfast was a great. Check in was easy. Check out was ok, there was a new person in training at the front desk. We didn't use the pool but the location of it was kind of strange.

This property sits directly on Hwy. 90, the main artery along the Mississippi gulf coast. I arrived about 6:30 in the evening and check-in was prompt. There is plenty of parking and a central elevator, I was on the third floor with my room facing the back of the property. The room was pretty spacious, the bed was very comfortable and there were lots of channel choices on the tv. Also, the wi-fi is some of the fastest I've ever had at a hotel (and it was free). I didn't hear any noise from adjoining rooms or the hallway. MGM Park hosts the Biloxi Shuckers minor league baseball team next door and the announcer and fans can be heard in your room. I think their games are usually over by 10 or 11 pm so unless you go to bed early it's really not an issue. This property is within walking distance of the Beau Rivage and Hard Rock Casinos. There is a Fat Tuesday, Waffle House and the Bacchus restaurant right next door. Within .2 miles is the downtown Biloxi district with many restaurants and shopping. This is a cool area to walk around in. Getting in and out of the property is pretty easy and the entrance ramp to I-110 north to I-10 is easy to get to as well. Overall a pretty nice property, all the staff I came into contact with were polite and helpful including the housekeeping staff.

Place is well kept, clean and just across the street from the Beau Rivage which costs a fortune. They provide a great breakfast and kept it well stocked plus clean. The staff was all very pleasant and accommodating.

I stay at this hotel often. This was my first bad experience. Manager handled it very well. Hotels staff greeted me poorly. The bathtub was dirty and the bathroom floor was dirty. The hotel manager handled the situation beyond my expectations.

We were there for a dance competition. The rooms are nice, and a big size. My biggest thing was 1) our phone didn't work. 2) we followed the procedure of putting the sign out..that says we wanted our room cleaned. When we arrived back at room at 10:30pm, our room hadn't been cleaned. We had to get fresh towels, and etc.. And that was a hassle because of the broken phone.

This was convenient to the large casinos, and the stay for the price it was well worth it in my opinion! Just across the street from the casinos and right next to a nice little beach fun drinking hole!

We always enjoy our stays at this motel. We usually stay at this motel several times per year. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. Occasionally, there have been times that the front desk people have not been very friendly.

This place was very clean and staff was friendly. If you are a gambler there is a large casino across the street from this hotel and a Hard Rock Café & casino within 200 yards of this hotel. Breakfast was just ok.

Just 10 minutes from I-10. We were travelling along the Gulf Coast and wanted to visit the Beau Rivage Casino. Even with my M-Life membership, I could not get a room at the resort with a reasonable price. This B/W is literally right across the street from the Beau Rivage. You walk out your hotel front door, cross the street and walk up the Beau Rivage's short driveway. This hotel was an outstanding choice. The price was very reasonable, the hotel was very clean and our room had all of the amenities we would have wanted and expected. It is a few blocks from the beach and is right next door to a minor league baseball stadium (another walk across the street). You could not have asked for a better location. Everyone in the hotel was very professional and attentive. The beds were very comfortable and the wifi was very strong. I highly recommend this property to anyone in the area. My only complaint is that while the complimentary breakfast was excellent, the seating area is way too small for a hotel this big. We had to stand to eat. They need to add more tables, particularly 2 seat tables. They could add more tables in the hall or outside and make a patio eating area. That is my only complaint. I would definitely stay here again. Great price, great location and great hotel. You can not go wrong.

We stayed at this hotel on a holiday (weekend) Easter Sunday. Wanted to stay at one of the casino hotels but their prices were twice as much! The entire staff was friendly and helpful. It is extremely convenient to all the casinos, restaurants and churches on or near the casino strip! It was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is across from the beau rivage casino and the beach. Right on the main street along the ocean. It is a typical best western,staff very friendly and accommodating. Not the best beds sheets etc but it isn't a five star. The hot breakfast was one of best -eggs bacon sausage and other features. we were there to play golf an the hotel staff set it up for us great time.

We usually take a trip to Biloxi casinos 1-2 times a year. Generally, we stay at a casino hotel (free rooms). We made a spur of the moment trip this time and could not receive a complimentary room at casino on a Saturday night. I refuse to pay $400 for any hotel room. I am a BW rewards member, and lo and behold BW is directly across the street from the Beau Rivage. The hotel is excellent with nice friendly staff. the rooms are nice. The hotel was full, but not too noisy. It is worth the price and within walking distance of a lot of the casinos. BW always have excellent complimentary breakfasts and these one is no exception. It had probably more of a selection than others I have seen. So, when in Biloxi and you cannot get a casino complimentary room, this is where you want to stay!

Have stayed here several times always try to stay at a best western this is the best one I have stayed in best westerns all over the country the location of this hotel is perfect for someone who likes to gamble with great restaurants in walking distance of hotel

Not bad for the Money need a better online check in using rewards points. You need to be careful with this chain as many are operated independently and the quality and service varies from one property to another.

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions in the last few years. It has always been an enjoyable experience. I have stayed here for business and for pleasure. It has a great location. Close to the Ball Park, casinos, tours, restaurants, museums, beach and shopping. Have always requested and received a balcony room. Their breakfast is one of the better ones I have had for this type of lodging.

Rooms were neat and clean. Breakfast buffet style. Great food. Chef on site. Great staff. Close to shopping, beach. Remember this beach is man made, dirty with grass stumps and brown dirty water. But, hotel is great

The room was super clean and the breakfast was amazing with a large selection of hot items, fruit, cereal and beverages. When in Biloxi this is the place to stay.

We stayed here 2 nights and never moved the car after our arrival. The location is perfect. Walking distance to Visitors' Center, casinos, beach and restaurants. Room was very clean and spacious. Lots of variety for breakfast in a large clean room. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this motel for three days. It was affordable, clean, and pretty quite. It is across the street from the Beau Rivage Hotel and Casino. The Hard Rock Cafe Hotel and Casino is also within walking distance.

We took a chance so we could walk over to the casinos the rooms clean the people were great we even forgot her phone in the room and they returned it top-notch!!!! I wouldn't of even booked if the casinos weren't full or so expensive definitely stay there again.

Outstanding staff, clean and comfortable rooms at good value when booked thru Best Western site. Easy access from I-110, across the street from the beach and large casino. Nice hot breakfast. Upper floors have outside chairs to sit and watch the world go by and enjoy ocean breezes!

I stayed at this motel for 3 days. I requested a desk and chair for work if needed. I used a table instead and the chairs were not for long periods of sitting. I missed my coffee that was always ready at the other motels I stayed at. The maids went out of the way to see that everything was supplied that I needed. Towels, etc. Since they did not have a laundry room at this motel. I got excellent directions to the nearest laundry.

Stayed here two nights to attend nearby convention and it was perfect. Affordable, comfortable and conveniently located to convention hall, casinos (and the I-110 access to I-10). Staff was super friendly and helpful; guy running breakfast room particularly cheerful and energetic. Kind of old school room, but comfortable beds, with handy refrigerator and microwave; good bathroom, nice balcony. Highly recommend non-affiliated restaurant next door, Bacchus Oyster Grill, a semi-upscale restaurant with great food, service and ambience.

We recently stayed at this property on a weekend getaway. The location and the price are what made this hotel appealing. It is directly across the street from the Beau Rivage Hotel and Casino. The room was clean enough and the facilities were ok. The staff could use some hospitality lessons, but overall were nice enough. We had no issues and this was a great way to save some money on lodging. I would stay there again on a similar trip. It is recommended for couples on a budget but not for families with small kids. It is open directly to the heavy traffic in front of the hotel near where the pool and hotel lobby is, although the pool has its own fence. Highly recommend asking for an upstairs room. Our ground-floor room patio glass door opened directly into the parking lot with no barrier at all and directly to the main entrance of the building where the rooms are, which is physically separated from the hotel lobby. We didn't have any problems but it did make us uneasy.

The hotel is clean and located in a very good location close to restaurants, casinos, shopping, and the beach. The hotel breakfast has a good selection of hot items, yogurts, fruit, juices, pastries and breads. All rooms come with a frig and microwave. Our room had a balcony that overlooked beach street.

Not much to look at on outside but very nice on the inside!! A great value for the price. Too bad casino built across the street or you would have an ocean view. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated and the breakfast was good.

Best place to stay in Biloxi. Service is great with a friendly staff. The housekeeping group always has our room refreshed with clean linens. The beds are so comfortable and the A/C works great. The breakfast is really good with a big choice to choose from, love the waffles! Have stayed here for the last 15 years, every year. Already booked for 2017.

For about 10 years we have been coming to this hotel. They do what they can to make their guests happy. This hotel is clean, breakfast is good, check in and check out is easy. Staff is great. During Crusin the Coast in Oct this hotel even puts out clean rags for their guest to clean their cars, and they do their best to make sure that guest with classic cars get a parking space in front of their room and then allow guest to save their parking space.

We make a monthly trip to Biloxi to visit family and play--we have returned to this Best Western repeatedly, d/t its convenient location within walking distance to many attractions, plus very nice accomadations. The free breakfast alone is well worth the stay.

Fantastic group of individuals who work at this hotel. They do everything in their power to make your stay enjoyable. Stay here every year for Cruisin The Coast in Biloxi which is a huge event where easily there is over 1000 attendees and I would rate this hotel #1 in Service for our group. We have stayed here every year since they reopened after Katrina.

The best part of this hotel is its location and full breakfast. If you are expecting to use the wireless in your room and it is important, book elsewhere. This is the third time we have stayed and the third time the wireless has not worked. And God help if you ask the front desk staff for help. They will be the exact opposite of helpful.

We find this very comfortable and affordable, right off Highway 110 in Biloxi. It's across the street from Hard Rock and Beau Rivage, We've stayed 4 or 5 times. Rooms are very comfortable, Wi-FI is acceptable, and breakfast is more than just pastries. When ever we travel from San Antonio to the east coast, we stop here for a night or two.

This was our first vacation in over 7 years. We were very satisfied with this Best Western. The staff was awesome and the hotel was VERY clean. Breakfast was fine. Will stay again if we get the chance.

The hotel was clean. The staff was super nice and always willing to be helpful. The hotel is straight across from the Beau Rivage which was nice. It was a little difficult to get in and out because the entrance is on a busy Main Street. Our key had to be reset several times because it wouldn't open the doors. That was a little aggravating.

Clean, average hotel. Nothing special. Small outdoor pool, no easy access to the beach. The rooms were clean and the balcony overlooked the parking lot and the back of a casino. The rooms were clean. Everything seems a little older and worn, but still in decent condition. We've stayed in a similar hotel for much, much less.

Went to see a show at the Hard Rock, and for that it was the perfect hotel. Awesome location, loved having a balcony, however, I know specifically what to ask for next time, 2nd or 3rd floor FACING the street. Our balcony was directly over the AC unit so it was like 300 degrees to go out there and absolutely ZERO view! Wasn't thrilled with such late checkin time vs an early check out time. That being said, everything else was great. The free breakfast is a plus, pretty good, and the chef Jamie was very helpful and working extremely hard when I was bugging him at 6 am on the dot! Thanks. We will stay here again.

The hotel itself is just okay. The front desk/check-in is completely in a separate building. The key cards did not work most of the time. We came in with bagfuls of stuff during our stay only to be locked out. This meant tracking back to the front desk in a separate building to get new key cards. We did this 3-4 times during our stay. On the last day, none of our key cards worked. Parking was terrible - we had to park in handicap parking because there was literally not a single parking spot available. Small pool that again is separate from the hotel so expect to walk. No washer or dryers .The only memorable experience was the maid service was really good and breakfast pretty fair for what they offered - a little beyond a continental breakfast with sausage, bacon, and eggs. It would have been better to stay elsewhere since this one was nearly as pricey as the other hotels in the area.

Went to Biloxi to sit back and relax with the wife and celebrate our 37th wedding anniversary. This our go to hotel when we go to Biloxi.I am a Best Western member so this a no brainer for me. I recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Very nice location, rooms have balconies, nice place to stay! We always do better gambling at the IP or Ocean View. White Cap restaurant is a very good place for seafood and drinks. I don't know what else to say, requires 200 characters.

I always stay at BW Oak Manor when we have a show at The Beau Rivage. Rooms at the BW are nicer and half the price. Its a great place to stay and we do it often. Pool area not large at BW. That is the only update this hotel needs. Everything else is great.

My boyfriend and I booked this place while I came down to visit him after our usual place was fully booked. At first, I was a little bit apprehensive about staying here based on previous reviews, but after staying there, I would recommend this place for anyone visiting Biloxi, and would definitely stay here again. Upon arrival, there were plenty of parking spaces and it could be seen that it is very convenient to the beach, baseball park, restaurants, highways, and casinos, including the Beau Rivage, which is directly across from it. Although located to many of the casinos, the hotel and area itself was pretty family friendly. The rooms were also very clean and tidy, although the microwave and refrigerator are a little bit outdated. However, they still work very well. We unfortunately never woke up in time for breakfast, however, there is a waffle house right next to the hotel, as well as numerous other restaurants. The only downside I would say about this hotel is that since it is located so close to the baseball park, a lot of the time you can hear what's going on, like the announcements, music, etc. But the sound didn't bother us too much. Overall, great stay, and I would definitely recommend this place as a cheaper, but good quality option.

I booked this as a weekend getaway with my wife before our busy summer and fall schedules kicked in. The rooms were clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast buffet each morning offered many options and the food was good. The room used for the breakfast was small but the guests seemed to go with the flow pretty well. The pool was the only major downfall to this location. In our only attempt to use the pool we found the pool water to be very dingy and observed a slick, oily film on the surface. Disappointment! ***Shout out to the maintenance guy who came to our room after we called the front desk to replace the batteries in the room safe. He was very polite and knowledgeable and had our safe up and going again in a matter of minutes.*** This location is across the street from Beau Rivage and just up Beach Blvd from the Hard Rock. Several public beach options were available only a short drive away. There is some difficulty getting to the property if you are traveling east on Beach Blvd, especially during the peak traffic times of the day. The easiest way to get in is to drive around the block and turn in from the westbound side of the Blvd. If you do not want to spend the $$$ to stay at the casinos this should be a definite consideration. A few touch-ups here and there, along with some pool maintenance would have made this a 4 star experience. We were pleased overall and would consider staying here again.

Worst place to stay at, 5 min away much better hotels....one word sums up the stay FILTHY....Personnel not friendly, manager not available. Best Western Corp should look into this facility not living up to standard.

The hotel is straight across the street from Beau Rivage Hotel and Casino and about 100 yards from the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. We paid one third of the cost of those hotels. There was a microwave and refrigerator in rooms. Also free breakfast every morning.

This is a great hotel to stay on Beach BLVD. I have stayed here on several visits to the coast and it always amazes me. It is family friendly, clean, and quiet every time. The staff is also friendly. It is on a busy street but within walking distance to several casinos(Hard Rock, Beau Rivage to name a few). It is also less than 5 minutes to the beach, which is a huge plus. There are also several restaurants and stores to choose from that are not far from the hotel.

We waited too long to get a room at Beau Rivage for a reasonable price and saw that this hotel is just across the street. It was half the price and very clean. We enjoyed the continental breakfast the next morning.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is in a great location. The continental breakfast had an awesome selection, such as eggs, bacon, sausage, and waffle. This hotel is walking distance from the casino which is a plus. Overall the stay was nice and we are planning to stay again.

I absolutely love this hotel. Me, my kids and my husband come here around the 4th of July annually. The breakfast is really good. The pool is a good past time and the rooms are very clean. Staff is very friendly when in Biloxi this hotel is the only one that I prefer to stay at

I have stayed a week at this location the last three summers. I have teenage kids and they love it. the hotel is clean. the employees are all fantastic. I have no complaints. We will be back next year!

Positives: Clean, Air condition worked great, Quiet room, Very nice staff, We were able to park by our room. Near the beach and many other places nearby to eat, shop etc.. Negatives: No Laundry room (but we were offered for $5 the lady would wash, dry and fold) The water in the bathtub was greenish/browning/cloudy. So we only took showers (great water pressure). The pillows were very small and flat. (but they give you many) (I would bring your own) The lobby is across the parking lot from your room. Bring your own toliet paper because they will give you 1 at a time and you will be walking back and forth often. (luckily it didn't rain during our stay) The pool is next to the lobby, which is across the parking lot from your rooms too. And the main thing we didn't like was breakfast. Eggs were watery and just no taste, bacon was hard to chew. Biscuit tastes frozen. We went back, but only for cereal and milk, apple juice, yogurt, oatmeal and banana.

Spent one night here with my husband and two teens. It was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Complimentary breakfast offered many choices and had an attendant there to keep things clean and filled. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff.

There were many problems with this hotel. Of the 25 other colleagues who also stayed here on a business trip. NONE were happy with B Oak Manor. Very surprised it's a Plus considering the lack of amenities. All it has is one very small pool. This hotel and my room smelled of cigarettes, The bathroom Vanity had burn marks around the sink, The pillows and linen are old and uncomfortable. The unfriendly staff would not change my room. Very disappointed. This is the first bad review I've written for a Best Western.. Try the Whitehouse in Biloxi instead. That's where I went after 3 nights of a 7 night stay.

The security team entered our room around midnight claiming there was a security issue. They used their keys to enter the room instead of allowing me coming to the door to let them in. Needless to say, this is unacceptable and I will not be returning to this specific Best Western location.

Typical old beach motel. A/C (fan) cuts on and off all night so its not a peaceful sleep. The king size bed had 4 tiny pillows. You cant sit up in the bed and lean against the headboard because it is curved and carved so it hits your neck, shoulders, etc. The space in the room is nice with a mini frig and microwave if you need it. The shower was nice however the towels were paper thin and tattered on the edges. I'm glad we only stayed 1 night. Overall the room was clean. Too expensive for this type of quality room.

Located right across the street from the expensive Beau Rivage Casino. Rooms are very large and well equipped for the traveller. You can walk to the casino, the beach or to the local harbour. Excellent full breakfast. Well worth the stay.

Stayed here for 3 days. I will be booking again for my next trip. The hotel is spacious, clean and the staff is super helpful. We were able to walk to MGM Ball Park and catch a game. 2 Casinos right across the street and quite a few GOOD/INEXPENSIVE places to dine, all within walking distance.

This was our first trip to Biloxi in 15 years since we usually go the mountains. The Oak Manor was very clean and the staff was excellent and friendly. The location was quiet and was located across from the Beau Ravage Casino. Also, the beach was across the street and the minor league baseball park was next door to the motel. The breakfast was excellent with eggs, sausage, and waffles. It was more than just cereal and donuts.

This place was considerably cheaper than the casino across the street, but WAY worth it. The workers were friendly, attentive and courteous. Almost every room had a balcony and the breakfast bar attendant was great and kept the food areas clean and well stocked. The breakfast bar had bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy, pastries, waffles, yogurt, fruit and more. Well worth it!

Was a very nice hotel. Room was a lot cheaper at the hotel then online prices. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean, spacious and loved the balcony. I would recommend this hotel. Close to the beach and the casinos and inside a gate with a key entry into the building

We usually stay at the Hard Rock, but that weekend the prices for a regular room were beyond ridiculous. Best Western's prices were very good (two nights for less than one at HR) and it's within walking distance of the HR. So we decided to give it a try. I must say we were pleasantly surprised! Check-in was fast and easy, we were even asked if we preferred a bottom floor room or a room with a balcony. The room was larger than I expected, ac was working great (which for non-central ones, that's not usually the case) and the beds were quite comfortable. There was a safe, mini fridge, coffee maker with coffee and a microwave. Also a table to eat at. Bathroom had the little extras in it, even make-up wipes. Room was very clean. We were also thrilled with how quiet our stay was. We are usually woken up by housekeeping being so very loud, this trip, at least on Saturday morning, we weren't. Sunday was a different story, but it was still not as bad as usual. As much as we love the HR, we will be staying at BWOM more often.

The value of good accommodations were acceptable staff was friendly the breakfast was good the place was clean parking lot was clean just off the beach good restaurant next door the value was there would definitely recommend it to my friends.

This Best Western always has clean rooms and a friendly staff. The breakfast is well laid out with a good selection. The hotel is sited in a great location. I have stayed here several times and I have never been disappointed.

Came to see the Gulf coast. Very good hotel and staff. Had a great time walking the beach and seeing all the boats. Hotel is in a good location, close to the beach and restaurants. For being on a major highway, it was very quite. We had a great nights sleep.

My buddy and I always stay at Oak Manor when we see Alice Cooper at the Beau Rivage. It's so much more affordable and you can just walk across the street. Oak Manor is very close to the Hard Rock, Mary Manoney's, the Waffle House (for late night munchies), and the beach. Breakfast comes with the rom and it's very filling. There's a pool and balconies on the second and third floors. Oak Manor is the perfect spot for concerts, food, fun and relaxing.

We always stay at Oak Manor whenever we see a concert at the Beau Rivage. It's less expensive than the Beau and you can just walk across the street to partake in the casino madness or shows. The Hard Rock casino is across the street. Mary Mahoney's is just a few blocks away. Oh, and the beach, too. All rooms on the second and third floors have balconies. First floor rooms have outside sitting areas. Breakfast comes with the room. Oak Manor is decently priced and very convenient to lots of attractions on the Biloxi beach.

My family and I decided to have another spare of the moment getaway and I must say I have nothing to complain about! My room came with 2 comfortable queen beds, refrigerator, microwave and the complimentary toiletries was a extra bonus I definitely would stay again!!

Everything was clean. Rooms, hallways, parking lot and pool. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool. AND... close to everything, walking distance from Hard Rock, Beau Rivage, MGM Park, Half Shells and many more.

We were on our way to visit our children in Houston. It was too far to drive through so we decided to stop halfway in Biloxi. We are not big gamblers so we were mainly looking for a comfortable place with breakfast. The Oak Manor more than met our needs and was very clean and comfortable. The only problem was we had bad weather and wanted to stay additional nights which were available but the prices were raised much higher for those nights so we left., The employees were very helpful and courtesy. They even helped with directions to our destination since the weather had turned bad. We would stay there again if we were driving through and wanted a place to stop.

We have stayed here 3 times and found it to be convenient and in a walkable area, across from casinos but not involved in the chaos. Breakfast is varied with eggs, bacon, sausage, and all the accompanying other breakfast items. It is across the street from the new MGM Field, home of the Biloxi Shuckers. This is the farm team for the Milwaukee Brewers. It was only an exhibition game but we didn't hear any noise from the stadium except when we were out on our patio, and then not very much. Really easy and safe to walk in the area and The Hard Rock has a Starbucks for when we leave town early mornings. All in all: nice place, good price, good bed!

we spent two nights here, the property is ok but hard to get excited about. The lobby area is separate from the rooms, if you want a coffee or something at night it might not be worth the walk. The staff was pleasant but the property just had the run down look to it. The room was actually the best part, clean, comfortable bed, breakfast foods were warm and tasty.

Stayed here for one night. Was a nice, clean, quiet room, comfy beds with plenty of pillows. Very nice complementary serve-yourself breakfast of eggs, sausage, bacon, gravy, cereal, yogurt, juices, coffee, waffles. All rooms are non-smoking, but have a balcony or patio where smoking is allowed.

This was an emergency stay and this was an excellent place too stay. Everything was above my expectations. For traveling on a short notice Best Western should be considered as a place off lodging. I will consider BW first for my next lodging.

The location was convenient and central to many points of interest. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very personable. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe. I would stay here again in the future.

This hotel is in a good location. We only stayed one night as a last minute stop and the hotel was clean and the front desk staff was courteous. I'm not usually a Best Western kind of girl but the cleanliness was good.

This is a typical Best Western motel. Clean, good staff and helpful front desk staff. It is directly across the street from the Beau Rivage Resort & Casino. I have difficulty walking from having polio as a child - that tells my age. I have not used their handicapped rooms but will need to on our next visit as I now use a wheelchair more and need the handicapped bathroom. We always stayed in the same room that allowed me to walk a very short distance from the car to the chair on our room patio to sit while my husband went around the long way to unlock the room and sliding door to let me in and we used the same process in reverse when leaving the room. The Beau Rivage is fabulous but all of their rooms, even handicapped one are on the third floor or above and in an emergency I do not think I could get myself down three flights of steps so have not been comfortable staying in high-rise hotels. The price of Oak Manor is great and it is central to the town. The parking lot is visually open and well lighted at all hours but the lights do not come into the room. Breakfast is a little nicer than you might expect. Pool is outside and a little small. Highly recommend.

Overall experience was great, the only thing was parking for a Friday and Saturday night was full. Some people did not have a parking pass and were walking across the street to the casino. Other that that it was a good trip for us.

Nice location, walking distance to beach and some big casinos. Breakfast is served in the morning, standard choices, scrambled eggs, waffles, cereal, coffee, juice. The front desk, check in area is a separate building from the rooms so you have to walk across parking lot to get to lobby. We left for the day to come back to a room that had not been serviced. When I tried to call housekeeping as to why, the phone did not work. After walking across the parking lot to the front desk they did not apologize but eventually did come service the room and replace the phone. This was after we had to wait for maintenance to come repair the safe in our room, it would not lock. We had non smoking rooms but could smell smoke from our balcony from the rooms around us smoking on their balconies and for some reason the elevators smell like crayola crayons. ???

This is a remarkably good motel. Modestly priced but offering the kind of service and facilities you expect to find in pricier accommodations. The motel is conveniently located near excellent restaurants and shopping, It is within a block or so of the beautiful beaches of Biloxi and close to many interesting historical sites.

My friend and I stayed at the Hotel for business on Thursday and then re-booked a room 4 days later for pleasure. This is across the street from the Beau Rivage Casino, near several good restaurants (Half shell, Sal and Mookies, Mary Mahoney's) Nice staff, quiet room (stayed both upstairs and down)

We have a group of family and friends that always stay at this hotel for Mardi Gras. It is on the parade route. They have it gated with wristbands required to get on the property. We have made friends with others that stay here from out of town too. It is a very friendly family oriented place to stay.

The wife and I took us a weekend vacation here in Biloxi Any time we come to Biloxi we stay here because its so close to the Hard Rock and Beau Rivage. This is the place to stay,no extra fees and free parking.The breakfast is not as good as it used to be but still ok.The rooms each has a nice size balcony to go out on to get fresh air if you want to.We will be coming back again soon. They also accept AARP which helps with the already good price of the rooms.We were also given a choice of which floor we wanted to stay on.I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

We did a quick stop in Biloxi enroute to New Orleans. Based on the reviews we decided to give this Best Western a try. We generally stay in Hampton Inn's or Hilton Garden Inn's when on the road for an overnight stay. The check-in and check-out wasn't the best experience. Basically "sign here" and no asking if the stay was okay and no smiles. So I wouldn't say the front desk was exactly inviting. The people in the breakfast area were extremely pleasant. We had no heating and when we reported the unit was replaced promptly. The price point was very good hence the heading on my review. Also a very good location and a nice firm bed which I like. So if you are looking for a basic clean room close to the casinos at a reasonable price this may be for you. If we were in the area again we would likely look at other options and pay a bit more.

Best Western Oak Manor is directly across the street from the famed Beau Rivage Casino. The hotel offers an excellent value for the Biloxi area and the breakfast included with your stay is a great bonus!!

This is a very nice hotel, convenient to Casinos in Biloxi and you don't have to pay the so called "resort" fee for which you get nothing extra compared to every average hotel in America... i.e. internet, pool, and maybe a small but functional exercise room. You also get a free breakfast at the hotel... not offered at the casino unless you lose a lot of money. The resort fee is just another hidden greed fee. There are real resorts out there and it's not a smoke filled casino.

The staff In Biloxi's Best Western were all very friendly and helpful, nice, quiet and clean. The casinos were all very close. We couldn't have stayed in a more convenient motel. The breakfast the first morning wasn't the greatest, everything was stale, but the other six mornings were great.

This is one of the better trips we have taken. The rooms were very spacious, as were the bathrooms. Very clean and we'll taken care of. The location was the best for going to the casinos, or the beach depending on your preference. The free breakfast buffet was perfect! Definitely more than just the average continental breakfast they offer. Eggs, bacon, sausage, were added to the menu. Definitely a hotel we will stay next time we are in town!!

We love Best western Oak Manor. Perfect location, and the staffs amazing. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Great breakfast. they added a hot breakfast bar along with the fruit, cereal, waffles, and the many other breakfast items. Walking distance to casinos, restaurants, and old town. Great place to stay.

Here is an operation where both the GM and the owners obviously care about the business they are in. I came for a 3-4 day stay and ended up staying for 14-days. Here are a few reasons why: 1. Room! Simply a great room with a new bed that was incredibly comfortable, new mini-fridge, very clean, plenty of marble counter space between the bathroom and the section for microwave & coffee, balcony accessed by sliding door offered a view of main strip (the Beau Rivage & Hard Rock) and plenty of fresh gulf air. Built well, the adjacent rooms were not heard from the sides (top floor for me always so above is always quiet). Breakfast! Excellent every day, real nice variety of food including daily great bacon, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausage links, sausage patties, individually packaged cereal boxes (not those bulk containers which tend to be stale), yogurts, etc and super donuts! Location! An easy minutes walk to the Beau Rivage, The Hard Rock, and the sidewalk to miles of walking right along the white sands of the gulf. I hated leaving. People: Finally across the board friendly, courteous, caring, and professional people. Great job to the GM Lori DePauw for building such a great team! RATE: Since I stayed two weeks they gave me the same rate including weekends. I felt my $71 per night was a bargain considering the quality of the room, the breakfast, the people and the great location to really enjoy staying in Biloxi. Staying here is simply a no-brainer. As Arnold would say..."I'll be back"

Stayed one night while traveling on to another destination. Staff was friendly and helpful. The property was clean and room was comfortable, except the bed was extremely hard. This is understandable since it is an older dated property. Good selection for breakfast items and good value for amount paid for stay.

Everything was great except the lady in the breakfast area ~ she was very rude. Rooms are clean, close to casinos, Gulf of Mexico, shopping, etc. We have stayed there before and always enjoyed the experience. Next time I will get a balcony room (if it's warm outside) so we can enjoy the view. Overall experience ... GREAT!!!

Definitely worth the money. Good location and easy access to surrounding areas. Appliances were out of date but I noticed it is not like that in every room. I stayed for an extended period of time and could not have asked for a better stay.

It not fancy like casino hotels but it good deal to stay. This is one of good rate hotel to stay at near the c casinos and it is cheaper to stay here than stay a t a casino hotel. It is walking distance to other casinos beau and hard rock. I will stay there again and it offer free breakfast. It is worth it to stay there.........

Exceptional place to stay. Rooms are clean and they offer an exceptional continental breakfast. It is safe and in a good location. Excellent value for the money. Employees are very helpful and pleasant. Management maintains the facility well.

the hotel was very nice just was looking for more that it was by the casino. just was looking for more light and enjoyments I was looking for a bar and restaurant in the hotel that people coming for the casino would have.

This hotel is in an excellent location close to casinos and multiple great restaurants. The rooms are clean, comfortable and roomy. We've stayed in many hotels but this one is tops for price, location and service. Highly recommend

Great location on Beach Blvd…within short walking distance to restaurants, attractions, the water, and casinos if you're interested. Our room was large and clean and a full breakfast provided. The price per night wasn't much more than the places along I-10. The front desk staff could have smiled a little more.

Been on a 5 week driving vacation and wish all my hotels had been like this one. Courteous staff, updated room was clean with a veranda and centrally located. Good continental breakfast with scrambled and hard boiled eggs,sausage, bacon, gravy, biscuits and other assorted bread items, cereal, yogurt, donuts, oj and coffee. Would definitely stay here again. Reasonably priced.

Checked in in 5 minutes without a reservation! Front desk crew were extremely friendly and talkative which I loved! Especially Haven Holiday! He was incredible! Check out was easy in the am and again front desk was nice! Good selection of breakfast food including waffles!!And Sausage and bacon! Overall experience was awesome. Would stay again!

Good location, pleasant staff. The hotel is very good value for money. Breakfast room pretty small for the number of people staying at the hotel. Room was OK but having a balcony was a bonus on a warm day.

This is the hotel I stay at every year for Mardi Gras. I also put p friends and family here. This particular stay was for a guest speaker for a club that I am a member of. It is right in the heart of town and walking distance to several restaurants, casinos, the beach, shopping and a baseball field.

My car broke down outside Biloxi and we needed a place to stay while it was being repaired. We usually stay at Fairfield or Hampton but thought I would try to save a little money and stay at the Best Western. Nice rooms, everything remodeled. Balconies were nice to sit on while we were waiting for repairs. Great location.

The room was clean, staff was polite, price is reasonable, locations is great for site seeing and visits to local casinos. The breakfast is okay with some variety for different taste. The mattress was very uncomfortable and we did have problems with an electrical outlet behind our bed. It kept falling out and we would lose power.

This was not my first stay at this location. However, it continues to be a top notch location to stay while on the MS. coast. The Staff is one of the best I have experienced in my 50+ years of travel! Rooms are clean, wifi works, bathrooms are clean, and the staff will go out of their way to help you. The free breakfast is complete and leaves you full and ready to start your day.

My fiance and I stopped and stayed here on our way back to Georgia from Texas. Very nice place to stay. Looks like it has recently been remodeled. Our room was very neat and clean. It's nice that all rooms come with either a patio or balcony. The staff at the front desk was very nice and friendly and answered all questions we had. Hotel is in a good location too. Very convenient to casinos, restaurants and even the beach. If we are ever in Biloxi again we will definitely stay at the Best Western.

Always a nice place to stay. Facilities and staff very accomodating and close to food, fun and roadways. Continental breakfast is always like being in my own kitchen - just with someone else doing the cooking.
