Best Western Hotel Cristal, Bialystok

Position, quality of service, kindless of the staff, space and cleaning of the room. I'm traveling in area since more than 10 years and is always the best choice for my staying in Bialystok. Resturant is also one of the best in city

Really nice hotel close to the pedestrian zone, which is definitely worth a visit. Many café, bars and restaurants in walking distance. Limited number of parking spot with security guard. Excellent restaurant. Breakfast was also good. Good and friendly service.

Fantastic location, great food, very comfortable rooms. Would recommend to friends and family. Clean, warm, everything what you need when you are travelling. Comfy beds, Juice squeezed to order, waffles and eggs cooked to order. Delicious coffee. Fantastic!

I like staying in this hotel mainly because of nice service, clean rooms and really the best breakfast buffet. Huge selection of food and it is always very tasty. The service at the front desk and in the restaurant is always very profesional and helpful. I truly recomend this hotel.

No faults really! Staff was friendly, rooms were comfortable and nicely equiped. Bed matress was absolute perfection! Best slept I had for a long time! Plentiful breakfast, excellent location. Well done!

Cristal is a fully modern, superbly maintained, hotel in Bialystok. It's easy to reserve with its Best Western affiliation. We stayed 3 nights and were completely satisfied. The hotel staff spoke excellent English and were also helpful in placing dinner reservations.

Very nice hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was great clean and comfortable even beds were narrow. When we enter to hotel parking there was young man helping us immediately. Very nice reception staff welcome us with great smile. Breakfast was unbelievable, everything what you need. I can recommend this hotel and town it self is beautiful.

Great position in city center of bialystok. Staff is very friendly and all service are good. Resturant is one of the best in the city. Great breackfast. Room was larger than other hotel. Check out at 1 p.m is perfect

ideal location, very central, rooms are very clean, delicious breakfast, the personnel is very friendly and helpful. Fast check-in. I think is the best choice if you go to Bialystok. Highly recommended !!

This hotel was great! They had 24/7 security in the private parking. We had a big van with high value cargo and we did get it into parking area. Location was in the center of city. Breakfast was best! You had a cook to make you a omelett, there were one girl who did you a fresh juice and in buffet you could take what you wanted. Rooms where nice and clean. Big single beds. Staff where helpful and kind. Good value of money. Pros - Private parking with 24/7 security - breakfast - location - rooms / big single beds - non-smoking rooms Cons - abit of smell of smoking in the hall

We only stayed over night, the room was quite big and clean. The AC however was not working properly in our room. I must say that the hotel restaurant was very very good. The food was delicious, my veal was amazing, made just how I asked. My husband loved his meal as well, and the service was very friendly and fast. We did not have much time to visit the city, but the square is very close. We enjoyed our stay.

The Best Western Hotel Cristal, 5 minutes taxi ride from the station, has comfortable rooms, and a surprisingly good restaurant and bar. My wife and I shared a very nice bottle of Chianti. Also convenient for an easy sightseeing stroll to the Old Town Square and the Branicki Palace. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet is huge, with food from all around the world!. And breakfast opens at 0630 even on a Sunday morning, so you can get a decent breakfast, call a cab, and still catch the 0729 slow Sunday train to Kaunas.

To us seemed as the perfect location for a weekend getaway type vacation. A street with lots of dining and coctail bars. Breakfast was good. Parking in the back of the hotel was quite caotic but still ok to manage.

Excellent location, just a short, easy walk from the town hall and centre of the city. Well lit room with large bed (though it was two singles pushed together). Other furniture modern style but a bit basic - hard chairs only. Tea and coffee provided and fridge. Good free wifi and excellent air conditioning. Very good and varied buffet breakfast. Helpful staff.

Bialystok is certainly a very beautiful city. It was a finalist in the European Capital of Culture award. This hotel is centrally located and is a very pleasant hotel to stay in whilst exploring Bialystok. My room was - comfortable, clean, light and nicely decorated. The ‘self service' breakfast was very acceptable. The staff were very attentive. The Jagiellonia Bialystok football team happened to be staying prior to an important game against Wisla Plock. Everything was under control despite the many supporters congregating outside. I had driven in from the Knyszynska Forest having visited the small and delightful Tartar wooden mosque located in Kruszyniany. Bialystok is a clean city with wide avenues that have many kerbside restaurants. It was so nice seeing many people enjoying the warm May sunshine. The city has many stunning buildings and parks, including the Branicki Palace and gardens. St. Roch Church was within easy walking distance. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Location of the hotel is perfect. Right in the center of a city. Breakfast is excellence. Big variety of high quality food, life cooking and fresh orange juice is something what will make your day better.

If there is some party going on in their restaurant or night club, it cane be very noisy. Apart from that, a good choice in Bialystok: clean rooms, excellent food in the restaurant, ample parking behind the building. The hotel staff was OK as well.

I spent one night at this hotel, traveling through Poland. It seemed well located to walk from the train station and be close to old town. In fact, the location was perfect - right beside old town and about 15 minutes away from the station. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful with questions I had about the town. I was checked in quickly and given a room. I think I booked an economy room because it was tiny! Literally the smallest room on the floor plan map. It was just me, and therefore I really didn't mind for the one night. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and quite extensive. I did not eat at the restaurant for any other meals. Overall, great property - clean, friendly and affordable. It's in the perfect location for walking to all of Bialystok's sites.

Very good located, directly in city center, close to old town and Branicki Palace. WIFI free of charge Rooms after renovation, clean and well equiped. Better rooms are from parinkg side (calm) Breakfast is very good (big assortment / cold and hot meals) I can recommend restaurant in the hotel. Excellent food and drinks.

Comfy and renovated room and location in the town center are the advantages of this hotel. Breakfast is variety of choices incl. freshly squeezed juices. Rooms are spacious and with nice modern design. Modern recently renovated bathroom make your stay more pleasant. Restaurant is highly recommended for dinner, I was never disappointed with their meals! don't take rooms overlooking the street if you are light-sleeper, can be very noisy for the cars driving on the street bricks (no asphalt there)

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bedroom was very comfortable and quiet with a nice view of the local park. The restaurant was excellent - the food really very good indeed. We stayed two nights and had a very enjoyable time there. We were able to walk to the local restaurants and town square to sit and enjoy the atmosphere. Friday night there was a band playing and a very relaxed holiday atmosphere. Secure car parking at the rear of the hotel. We missed breakfast one morning and they gave us credit and let us have a later breakfast in the dining room on our own at lunch time - really very good service. The dinner was superb - flambéed local cherries, porcini soup, chicken soup with beef filled pasta parcels, steak - really excellent.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at - perfect location - right in the middle of the city centre, cozy spacious rooms with nice and clean bathroom, excellent wifi, tasty and rich breakfast that can satisfy anyone. Not the first time here, but this time hotel has really exceeded expectations. Everyone is friendly, spacious rooms, comfy rooms and good comfort of sleep and rest. Good restaurant, actually best one around. But the best thing we liked this time was the breakfast. So rich and various, really great start of the day.

Super modern designer hotel with huge rooms and nice beds. This must easily be the best hotel in town, and one needs look no further. As an added benefit, the restaurant in the hotel is excellent. Central location around the corner from the main square.

The Hotel is medium size and the rooms are distributed into two floors. My room was large and with a comfortable bed. Quiet, relaxing hotel. I had a good sleep. The breakfast I had in the room was mediocre with uninspiring cornetto and a dreadful continental coffee. Had the breakfast been reasonable, my scoring would have been 5.

A clean and tidy hotel with very attentive staff. Good breakfasts, and very central.Most importantly, the beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms are a good size. A hotel with the personal touch and well worth a visit.

This is a 4 star hotel in a very good location with very friendly staff. It has clean rooms and some of them have cool and unusual decor. The breakfast is plentiful, fresh and tasty and the nice touch is having your eggs cooked the way you like them as you wait. The freshly squeezed orange (and other) juices was very good. I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Excellent hotel which doesn't look much from the outside. Inside however... The rooms are very modern and funky. Comfy bed. Lots of space. Air con. Good double glazing. Excellent WiFi. You're only two minutes from the main square. Best of all. Breakfast. The spread is outstanding... and if they don't have what you want... the chefs will cook it for you. Best hotel breakfast I've ever had...

Location in the center of the city. Fast check-in and check-out, but small lobby. Very tasty and varied breakfast. Quite a large room with modern design. I suggest take a room from backyard not from the street. Around a lot of pubs and restaurants.

The renovated rooms are great. Avoid the rooms by the street. It can be really loud. It is centrally located. Hotel has its restaurant and also another restaurant adjacent on the right. Both restaurants have decent to very good menus. Laundry service was quick. I dropped it off in the morning and received them that evening.

Helpfull stuff, well equipted rooms, tasty breakfast/ Elevator is now under renovation but no noise related to this. There was a spa but unfortenutly I had no sweem suite. so didn't test. Realy good option for this price in the exact city center.

A very nice hotel with the central location: just a short walking distance from almost all the places of interest. For example, it took us 10 minutes only to get to the famous Branitzky Palace when the main restaurant and shipping area is just next door. The hotel is well equipped, renovated with pretty spacious rooms. The bathroom is also good with good cosmetics. The only problem that definitely can be a slight headache is the sound isolation that is really very poor. You can hear all the sounds coming from the corridor - it was disturbing. The hotel offers a parking space in the yard that will cost you around USD 8 a night. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself is a regular 3-star hotel and OK for a night stay during car eurotrips. However, the breakfast selection is worth mentioning and it was truly a highlight of our stay. Great variety of salty foods, sweets and pastry, close to 4-5 star hotels, would return just for this :)

This hotel is in a great location in the centre of bialystok , all the major bars ,restaurants and fast food places are no more than 100 mtrs away located in a pedestrianised area. The Hotel has great secure parking at the rear, the staff are very friendly and also speak English, the restaurant serves lovely food ,the local dishes are really nice, breakfast is a buffet served till 10.30 ,wonderful choices plus an omelette chef. The bar area is very stylish and has a great selection of beers and spirits ,the bar and restaurant staff all wear uniforms which gives the great service an extra dimension. The newly refurbished deluxe rooms are very spacious and stylish , when I stayed the outside temperature was 37degrees and very humid ,the rooms air con was perfect and nescessary,.this hotel is a great place to stay , I stayed for a week and really enjoyed myself. Tip if you like to go to bed early ask for a room overlooking the rear , it's very quiet

we have stayed at the Crystal on and off for the past 10 years. We have always loved the quirky and slightly gloomy ambiance in the hotel, kinda spooky in the bar and restaurant, but got fed up with the grotty rooms which always felt slightly damp and definitely 50's!!we stayed there last week and to our delight, they have started a refurb programme and we were well pleased with our new look room!!They have had to up their game as there are a couple of seriously good new hotels in town, where we have stayed.As always tho, the staff are super, and the bar restaurant staff always give great service. The food is divine and the bar is lovely, great breakfast and fantastic value for money. We have now bought an apartment just 5 mins away, but will come for breakfast to the Crystal!!!highly recommended!!

This hotel was booked for me as part of a business trip, I was pleasantly surprised by this best western, the room was very stylish and finished to a very high standard! The food in the restaurant was exceptional, one of the best meals that I have ever eaten! The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would have no hesitation in returning to or recommending this hotel

The location is perfect and extremely close to the central place called Kosciuszko Market (and only 15 minutes walk from the railway station). The room was beautiful and cozy, with a wonderful view. It's a perfect place to stay with pets - only a small fee and the room is your's (and cat's).
