"Good Hotel very close to Bumrungrad TIMC"
NorthCalMary, 09 Mars 2024

This BW is literally across the street from the famous Thai International Med Center @ Bumrungrad . It is a 2 min walk to the main lobby, 4 min to the new 20 story clinics . The hotel is clean with good beds & showers . It also has a decent breakfast selection . Like many who come, hospital visits can take a week or more so I did choose this location because the booking agency showed they had laundry facilities on site ( in addition to send out laundry service ) & a shuttle to nearby malls . They had neither . . . & laundromats are scarcer than chicken teeth in Bangkok .

"Good hotel near Bumrungrad Hospital "
tantaztic, 26 Novembre 2023

The hotel is right next to the Bumrungrad Hospital. It's about 1KM away from the nearest Metro. It offers a moderate breakfast. The hotel is on the pricier side considering the pricing of the hotels nearby. However if one wants to avail any service from Bumrungrad Hospital then the hospital can be a good option. Staff are extremely polite and helpful

Breakfast at your hotel is very nice. And the hotel staff is also very good. But I have one complaint. That is more brother hospital patients staying in your hospital. And patients may be a bit of a problem while using your room but there is no excuse for that in your hotel. If you make a mistake, you will have to pay the penalty.

"great place"
Paradise22898696160, 01 Septembre 2023

great hotel but not in the center of nana plaza. But if you are going for medical reason, it's the perfect location. the hotel has a good atmosphere, nice decoration good swimming pool. The buffet is ok but not much variety.

"Softest beds"
Ruggmann, 10 Février 2023

Room service was very good and heaven soft beds. After a month sleep around Thailand it was great to sleep on a soft bed. No mini bar beers but could be delivered through room service plus cocktails. Several other locations to get your drink on in the hotel as well.

"Nice Design, neat and clean, good location in the center of town and calm"
vodthanas, 24 Janvier 2023

Nice Design, neat and clean, good location in the center of town and calm Easy to access to train stations and restaurants for meals. The shopping mall is not far away from the hotel, it's a walking distance.

"Helpful, professional team"
Phyu Phyu T, 06 Décembre 2022

It was a wonderful stay. Room was spacious, convenient location especially for those who come for medication at Bumrungrad hospital. All staffs are so nice and very helpful at all area, particularly Khun Som, a nice and kind housekeeping lady who greeted with beautiful smile every time seeing her. She cares and concerns about guests for even small details. Overall, we had a wonderful and comfortable stay for our trip.

"Excellent service"
Aneel K, 11 Novembre 2022

One of the best hotels I've had stayed for a while. The place was neat and clean. The highlight is the well experienced and helpful staff's. Especially the restaurant staff's . All the staff's at the hotel was very kind and helpful. Good fitness room. And the bar was great too. The price's reasonable.

"Well named "Best"!"
Naomi Philippa H, 02 Novembre 2022

We stayed here in the first week of October because of its proximity to Bumrungrad International Hospital where I was going to be treated. When we returned for my surgery at the end of October, it was going to be a longer stay. The hotel gave us a discount for which we are super grateful. On both visits we have enjoyed a large double room with every comfort we could expect from a first class hotel. Complimentary breakfast caters to the fact that a big percentage of guests, from all over the world, are patients of Bumrungrad International Hospital. Accordingly the choices offered are large and varied, AND healthy. There is a gym and a rooftop swimming pool with a pleasant sit-out garden. Since it is a completely "non smoking" hotel, there are designated areas in the garden space surrounding the building where smokers can puff in comfort, away from the other guests. The hospitality and service staff show exceptional empathy and friendliness in addition to their excellent service. I cannot imagine having a better stay in Bangkok especially because of the circumstances of my health condition. If we require to return for a review from my surgeon, there is no question that we would choose Best Western Premier Sukhumvit again.

davidbU4542MR, 20 Août 2022

I have stayed in more than a few hotels in Bangkok and this hotel is by far the best as far as the service and professional and very helpful staff is concerned. I have found a new home when I stay in Bangkok.

"Medical trip"
mattandnikki103, 30 Juillet 2022

I highly recommend staying here. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a great selection and was hot and fresh. Rooms and pools were very clean. The beds were super comfortable with a nice hot shower, too! Location is perfect! Next to Bumrungrad and close many malls and restaurants. Easy to find a taxi or use Grab App for delivery. I loved my stay here!

"Medical Tourism at Bangkok "
shihabahmed1977, 15 Mai 2022

Excellent location for medical tourism at Bumrungrad. 7/11 is just next building, Bangladeshi food is available in 10 min walking distance, hotel has swimming pool and gym. Breakfast is good. Friendly staff, room service menu is good but limited. For grabbing taxi you will have to walk a little bit. Starbucks and Food courts are just 5 min away.

"One week quarantine, the good, the bad, the unacceptable"
AngmohofArabia, 26 Janvier 2022

The good: - Good Airport transfer - Professional nurse for PCR tests - Decent rooms - Good Location The bad - Poor choice of English TV channels, no Netflix etc. - WiFi at peak hours slow - No visit of outdoor areas after the first negative PCR Test. I was confined to my room for the whole time. Other hotels allow this once a day - I made a pre arrival request for a quiet twin room with a bit of a view. I was given a room opposite the lift landing, with one bed, and the next building was about 3 meters from the window; the room was so dark, that I had to keep the lights on all day. Emails to the reservation managers and front desk remain unanswered. - The food was unacceptable in terms of quality, quantity and presentation. It was cold most of the time. I ordered milk for breakfast; it was delivered twice out of 7 days. There are no fixed meal times; lunch was delivered anytime btw 11.45 and 2 pm. I started ordering food via Grab because I just could not eat the cold unappetizing food anymore. This was my third quarantine in BKK, but I have to say that this hotel does not bother to make the stay for their quarantine guests a bit more comfortable. Not recommended for quarantine or Test and go packages

"SHA++ Hotel Review"
Jw2bangkok, 25 Janvier 2022

Last week on arrival in Thailand my husband and I both residents were required to quarantine for 7 days. We chose the BW Premier Sukhumvit. Their plan included 3 daily meals. For the first 2 days meals were cold until we complained. Thereafter the food arrived anywhere from warm to hot. We got fresh sheets and towels only on Day 4. The staff was fairly responsive (twice Room Service did not respond to calls), and meals were late only twice. When asked for an explanation Room Service said the dumb waiter was broken the first time. The second time we were simply told “there was an accident.” There wasn't enough fresh fruit. Lucky we have friends and relatives who made deliveries of fresh fruit. Overall the room was clean and service good. The food wasn't.

"Good stay for the 1-night ASQ requirement"
Kum Hoong Y, 12 Novembre 2021

Stayed here for a 1-night ASQ as required by the authorities for the on-arrival RT-PCR test. The room was comfortable and staff was great, very helpful overall. The meals provided was ample though I preferred the western choice for its variety and amount. There are also choices for asian and vegetarian if I remembered correctly. There's 2 things in which I found not to my liking; first is the toilet floor tends to be wet after a bath despite the bathroom door is closed. Secondly is the short room service hours from 11am to 7.30pm. I also found it hard to control the room temperature as even though I switched off the aircon in the afternoon and throughout my stay, the room was pretty cold till the next morning. As for the RT-PCR test, it was a breeze. The hospital staff will meet you at the test station set up at the carpark of the hotel. Some other hotels will have to send the guests to the hospital for the test as I was informed before I made my choice. Overall I'm happy with my stay here and would choose this place if I'm back again with a mandatory RT-PCR test required.

"10 Nights Quarantine Stay Studio Room"
555Dale555, 14 Avril 2021

Varied choice of food that's all to a very good standard, WiFi fast enough to stream movies, pretty much unlimited free bottled water tea and coffee, enough room to do some bodyweight training in the living room, very comfortable bed and very helpful and friendly staff. My quarantine breezed passed thanks to choosing BWP. I don't think they can be beaten on price for the quality that's delivered. 33,000thb for the studio room.

"ASQ STAY THAILAND"
Mark v, 03 Avril 2021

I had the choice of 131 different hotels but am very happy that I chose the Best Western. Although I was not able to experience all aspects of the hotel the service levels and friendliness of the staff was fantastic. The food choices were fantastic and more than adequate in quantity, in fact too much most of the time.

"If you want to experience good food quality during ASQ in Bangkok - this is NOT a place to go for."
taksuntha, 21 Mars 2021

If you want to experience good food quality during ASQ in Bangkok - this is NOT a place to go for.- -- Room does not provide good view - low quality of food infredients - small swimming pool - mattress is too soft

"qurantaine"
egwencke, 17 Février 2021

as the rules for quarantaine are coming from the government, there is not much room to play, but this hotel is following the hardest possible approached, as friends in other hotels had more freedom then me.

"ASQ in Bangkok"
ashrafv99, 10 Février 2021

I chose this hotel because they only required a deposit to confirm the booking. Mostly everything was good. Room was big, great working space. Meal choice was good too. Just be aware, they only provide instant coffee.

"Good family room arrangement for ASQ package"
j0chenra, 31 Janvier 2021

We booked 2 rooms for my wife my son and me to go through the mandatory quarantine. We booked a small suite and the room next door and you have a separate additional door in front of both rooms so you can freely walk between both rooms which was great. Food menue is getting boring after a few days, especially breakfast - every day same choice. No coffee served with breakfast - I stayed at another BW a few months earlier and coffee was part of the bf. - so you have to use instant coffee. Beds are very comfortable and perfect for foreigners as they are adequately soft. Recommended for a family package

"Modern Gem"
CK22traveler, 11 Février 2020

A great dollar value hotel, modern, urban, clean, great service , nice restaurant, beautiful roof top pools and large rooms. Situated in a great local area with restaurants, shopping , close to walk to markets and malls. Very expensive laundry service at this property , please check before getting laundry done ( my error )

"Disappointing"
Lisa P, 10 Janvier 2020

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the years and have always had a good experience. I have also recommended to many friends. However we had a very disappointing stay this time. The hotel is looking very tired and needs some work doing to it. The staff were very unhelpful and appeared moody. I asked to speak to the Duty Manager and complained about the lack of sun beds around the pool, air con not working in the room, no snacks/nibbles at the bar anymore etc and the Duty Manager was generally disinterested and frankly rude. We will not return to this hotel - there are so many better options in Bangkok. My advice ... look elsewhere

"always a nice place to stay .."
Jeffyzh, 27 Décembre 2019

Last trip was the 5th time I stay at this hotel. i asked (and paid) for an early check-in and a late check-out but i worked pefectly. The staff at reception are very nice. The room is nice (only thing I don't like is that not enough shower gel and shampoo are provided for two persons). The breakfast is very good. The pool very nice. I just wanted to have a massage, but the prices at their spa is just terrible in comparision of the massage price in Thailand. For sure, i'd come again to this hotel ! the shuttle service and baggage staff are very nice ! Thanks for everything ! Cu next time !

"Convenient & Consistent "
vuthyp2019, 25 Décembre 2019

I've always chosen to go to BWP due to its location and close proximity to BUMRUNGRAD HOSPITAL. There's an air of professionalism and the staff are very helpful and courteous. Reading through the reviews I acknowledge the constant present of sick Indian and Arabs and the fuss they create at the hotel. I cannot blame the staff as this is wholly due to the volatile nature and irritated nature, they do their best to accommodate them as warmly as they possibly can to which they've only been treated ungratefully for. A key feature I've also found is the devotion the hotel places on the safety of their guests. Each door to the rooms are seemingly blast-proof with a very sturdy and heavy exterior which proves to be a hassle to open but ensures the safety of their guests accordingly. It is also by far one of the best hotels for anyone wishing to constantly be connected to the internet as I found it to have some of the best bandwidth available with constant usage proving to be an easy pleasure. The breakfast is hearty and filling but it gets quite repetitive when you've been making your stay there quite often. I hope the hotel creates a rotation of breakfast and offers much less greasier food for the sake of the guests. I appreciate the effort given to improving the hotel and hopes that it would strive to amend and innovate any kinks found in the hotel.

"Wonderful Hotel Stay "
Benlim55, 26 Novembre 2019

Stayed here recently for 4 nights. It is a nice little Best Western under their "Premier" brand. It is tucked away in Sukhumvit 1 right next to Bumrungrad International Hospital. The hotel provides a Tuk Tuk (a little buggy) service to the main road where you can connect and transfer to BTS (MRT line). The name of the station is Phloenchit Station. The hotel rate is Inclusive of Breakfast, decent and adequate for a small inventory hotel. WIFI is provided free, stable and reliable throughout the hotel. They limit the number of devices to connect to WIFI and if you are travelling with partners, you may carry more than 3 devices but fret not, you can notify the front desk to get additional passwords to access to the internet. There is a small Fitness Centre with a few cardio machines, 1 universal weight station and a free weight station. The pool deck is quite nice at the rooftop, though it is not huge but again, it is a small hotel so you have to adjust your expectations accordingly. The pool bar serves drinks and food, where the price is very reasonable and affordable comparable to outside cafe standards. One thing to improve is to place more towels and Sun Loungers. There is only 5 Sun Loungers, but lots of table and chairs instead. There are also artificial carpet grass where you can lounge in if the Sun Loungers are not available. The room is spacious given the price you paid. There are toilet amenities such as tooth brush, disposable shaver etc, TV with many cable channels (a plus compared to other local boutiquehotels), fully stocked mini fridge/minibar, a proper sofa, bathrobe, alarm clock, kettle and 4 bottles of drinking water per day. It is pretty comprehensive and generous. The lighting in the room is a little dim, and the Shower Gel and Shampoo should have a bigger label to differentiate. Better still to change to dispenser type to save the earth bu reducing the one time used plastic. It is indeed a little gem, understand some of those restrictions and I am sure your stay would be a memorable one, like mine.

"Different In Bangkok"
IrfanNoman, 16 Novembre 2019

Different and best thing of this hotel is its location which is quiet and calm. Its very rare to find in Bangkok. Staff at hotel is also very friendly and nice. Perfect location two 7/11 stores in street . local food vendors and shops. Walking distance to tourist streets with plenty of restaurant options. Hotel is completely non smoking. Breakfast is decent with very charming mama at egg station to get you perfect aggs of your choice. Travellers coming for any medical appointments cant have better choice as this hotel is very very close to couple of hospitals.

"Clean and comfortable, compact"
A C, 08 Octobre 2019

This is a comfortable hotel, ideal for business travellers or those visiting the hospital (a walk away). Breakfast is good, staff efficient and the rooms comfortable. Rooms are small but no problems with wifi or bedding. Recommended.

"Wonderful Hotel with amazing staff"
Billy P, 04 Octobre 2019

Check in staff and Concierge couldn't have been more helpful. Polite and friendly staff throughout, from waitresses to housekeeping. Room was spacious and clean, very modern with trick lighting settings. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom finished to a high spec- very powerful rain shower! The breakfast was classic buffet style with the option of fresh cooked omelettes or any stye of eggs. Wide range of local fresh fruits along with teas and coffees. Dinner was delicious, classic Thai dishes cooked to a high standard. The rooftop pool was lovely; day long sun trap with a bar and lounge area. The gym was small but functional, it was never too busy while I was there. Location was ideal. Placed at one end of Sukhumvit Road but only a 5-10 minute walk from the local BTS station with trains running every 5 mins. I managed to walk to the MBK shopping centre and Siam Paragon centre in about 25 minutes. Likewise in the other direction, bars and restaurants were only a 20minute walk. The hotel is right next to one of the biggest and nicest hospitals in Bangkok, so hailing a taxi was no problem- however the hotel concierge always managed to find the best prices so speak to him! Also its location off the main street of Sukhumvit meant there was hardy any traffic noise, which was a huge positive. Prices were good for central Bangkok and for the quality of service. Highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again on my next trip!

"Great for location for Bumrungrad !"
picpic16, 17 Septembre 2019

We have been for the 4th time here, only because of its close proximity to the hospital, and friendly staff. Average room, good size though. But maintenance by hotel is rather poor. Lights in the room has always been poor and challenging for us, as the whole room is designed in dark colours, the hotel lying next to another building receiving no light. Light switches are modern and not enough lit where needed. We always strive to get some adequate lighting. Badly rusty bin, broken towel hook, dodgy unstable toilet roll holder, malfunctioning charging points. Breakfast is simple, healthy but not enough for vegetarians. The ‘egg' lady is always jovial, staff very friendly and helpful. Fruits and salad attracts a lot of fruit flies, but no one does anything about it! Although, fruit flies are relatively harmless, but flies are flies. And many customers stay here for medical reasons, and undergoing treatment, so are vulnerable to any infections. The hotel needs a good freshening up and review many areas where immediate revamping is needed. None of the USB nor the charging point work. Luckily, we have brought our own. A big alarm clock sit in front of the bed with no use and disturbing light. Overall, it's a very convenient hotel for accessing the hospital, and relatively quiet spot too, with good discrete staff. But just as the customers have to put up with all other bits, the management should look after the place better, and kindly NO ULTRA design unless the designer has made use of what he/she designs, to find out that it doesn't work. Simple, bright, clean lines, NO dark grey tiles in a poorly lit bathroom, and black curtains! Blackout is important for the glare in BKK but not black curtains in a dark poky badly lit room.

"The hotel clean and close to the hospital"
alnasrallah, 13 Septembre 2019

The hotel clean and close to the hospital location is good but the price is very high . I think the hotel must change the Mattress , and but A variety of cheeses at breakfast . But frankly the staff are excellent

"Pleasant airport hotel"
StuB704, 28 Août 2019

We stayed one night for it's convenient location to the airport for a morning flight. We landed late the night before so were only in the hotel for 8 hours. Nice, clean rooms. Easy check in which is geared towards wake-up calls and shuttle service to the airport. Very efficient. Would use again.

"Value for Money"
Ruwan P, 26 Août 2019

This is very decent property team-up with a friendly service team. They helped us all the way possible to make our stay comfortable. Comfortable and cozy rooms are great to unwind after a long exploration tour of Bangkok. Its recommendable.

"Excellent value for money"
mohammedsob, 08 Août 2019

For their rates, they meet all expectations. Location is strategic advantage, you get everything around you with walking distances. Rooms are large and really comfortable. Stuff is very supportive and friendly.

"Comfortable and convenience"
Kidest, 18 Juillet 2019

We stayed at this hotel during our visit to Bangkok. It is a great value for money, comfortable and central to a number of attraction. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially during breakfast. We will definitely stay here if we come back to Bangkok again. One thing I would advise is not to use the in room massage service, apart from convenience it is not a great experience.

"What a Great Place Across The Street to Bumrungrad International Hospital"
c_u_n_balti, 07 Juin 2019

What to say. The rooms are great. The entire hotel is clean and up to date. All of the staff is great. Every request to find a good restaurant and taxi service to it was met with eager help and big smiles. The breakfast was great. If you need to visit Bumrungrad International Hospital the place to stay is the Best Western Premier Sukhumvit.

"OUTSTANDING"
Con M, 23 Avril 2019

One of the best Hotel Restaurants on Sukhumvit Road, Bangkok, offering really good value for money with excellent service together with food quality. Super setting central Bangkok, accessible by car, bus, taxi and motorbike taxi, outstanding food and local Thai dishes, excellent staff, outside terrace for dining and drinks, having dined at the Best Western Premier many times during my recent stay Dec-March 2019, the standard and quality was always superb. Highly recommended, again best value for the quality of food served. The Best Western Premier Hotel, is a excellently run business and their attention to detail and service has proved their popularity since they have opened and their proximity to the world famous Bumrungrad Hospital. Give it a try you will not be disappointed. Open daily for lunch and dinner from 10:00 H to 22:00 H (7 days a week).

"Helpful, friendly staff"
Passport27531976210, 05 Avril 2019

This hotel is ideally suited for “medical tourists” who are coming for treatment or a checkup at Bumrungrad Hospital and Clinic which is just a few hundred feet out the back door. It is located walking distance from the Sky Train station, too, making it quick and easy to get to major shopping areas like Siam Square, Siam Paragon, and MBK. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

"Pleasant "
JJVA, 31 Mars 2019

Pleasant, clean, attentive staff. Very, very nice breakfast with a variety of dishes. I especially liked the omelets. Great lattes, which I didn't even know they offered, until just before the end of our stay, free as part of the buffet breakfast. Not overly large, but nice pool. Workable gym, small, but better than many.

"All round great hotel"
REBROGRA, 23 Mars 2019

Lovely hotel room with a nice comfy bed. The pool and outdoor bar area was kept clean at all times. Would definitely come back here! The restaurant was great too!!!! Chicken Thai Green Curry and the Chocolate mousse dessert was ACE!!

"Closest to the world renounced Bumrungrad Hospital"
Simon s, 13 Mars 2019

very convenient to those who want to stay near the Bumrungrad hospital. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are of good service. Decent breakfast. Also there is seven eleven shop near the hotel. I think this is the best hotel near the hospital area.

"Great for what it is"
williamsM29HU, 09 Février 2019

BWP is reasonably-priced, clean enough, and offers a decent breakfast and a rooftop pool. There are English-language TV channels including news and movies, the internet is decent and the staff is quite welcoming and pleasant. Most guests are likely here having something to do with Bumrungrad Hospital which is a 2-minute walk away. There are a few good restaurants including two great ones in an easy walk and the train is a 10 minute walk. Ten stops away (30 minutes) is the Chatuchak market. Take the train, not a taxi, to Chatuchak! There are many tuk-tuks and taxis are easily available due to the busy hospital.

"Good short stay"
Gachiri, 16 Janvier 2019

Good, clean and friendly hotel for shorter stays next door to Bumrungrad International hospital. only problem was my late checkout that was 50% of the rate and the room was not cleaned and no water provided.

"Nice and clean except the location"
jawadanwar, 15 Janvier 2019

Hi there, I stayed for one night at this property. It was a pleasant stay, room given to me was big enough and clean.Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.Only thing, is the location of this hotel..i found it a bit remote , which makes it harder to flag down a cab.

"Efficient and well appointed"
Jenex63, 15 Janvier 2019

Used this hotel because of its proximity to the Bumrungrad Hospital. Perfect location. The hotel was a pleasant surprise. Room was spacious and thoughtfully laid out. Lighted closet, large safe, clean modern washroom, creative and effective lighting. Ordered room service and again was very pleased with my food. Would definitely stay again.

"ok but nothing special"
hunglow, 09 Janvier 2019

a ok hotel that is closed to the hospital not much else. not really any restaurants on the soi to eat at. my room smelled of mold and was not overly clean. my parents never had the fruit plate i got one. my parents got 2 bottles of water i got 4. not really any consistency. staff was friendly and breakfast was good and there was plenty of it. breakfast room gets small so if you are there when busy you could have to wait a little bit. one complaint is the taxi they phoned for us to go to the airport they should think twice about. it took 18 minutes from the hotel to Don Mueng airport. There was no need to be driving the way he was as it was a sunday morning and there was not much traffic.

"Clean and comfortable"
Dreamer04107059908, 02 Janvier 2019

One of the desired hotels especially for short stay, near the hospital, very convenient and practical. Overall,it is clean, nice atmosphere and comfortable. I recommend this hotel to my family and friends , especially those who have medical purposes.

"Great location and very comfortable beds!"
love_boating, 12 Décembre 2018

We were quite jet lagged when we arrived and this was a great hotel to recoup. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pillows are plush and plentiful. We had great sleeps at the hotel. It's also super clean. The pool was great and relaxing. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast Buffet was a regular buffet... no complaints. Food was good, just not over and above. I would have liked less western food. Would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Bangkok! It's very close to the bts and only a few stops from paragon and mbk malls.

"Bangkok hotel"
SES5311, 02 Décembre 2018

Best Western Premier Sukhumvit is a mid range in price hotel. Excellent rooms, beautiful swimming pool and an excellent staff, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic buffet, well staffed and exceptionally clean. Centrally located amid shopping and close to the rapid rail. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back in March.

"Superb Accommodations"
Tallinxxx, 27 Novembre 2018

Wonderful and polite staff. Very clean and conveniently located across street from International Hospital. Hotel cleaning staff was best I have seen anywhere in the world. All staff willing to do anything to make stay the best it could be.

"Consistently good hotel."
Phangan_Rainbow, 19 Novembre 2018

I've stayed at this hotel at least thirty times in the last 10 years. It is an excellent 4 star property. Value for money, staff, facilities, food and drinks, find no fault with me. They have been flexible to my needs and have been very understanding at short notice. Plus the location is great.

"Comfy and convenient"
radiogirlalaska, 06 Novembre 2018

Having the location right next to Bumrungrad Hospital couldn't been any more convenient. The food was good, room was clean and the staff has been Great! Very helpful and kind. Nice relaxing rooftop pool and lounge Definitely stay again if a visit to the Dr is in order.

The hotel was nice and situated right in the heart of Bangkok with major shopping areas in the vicinity. Though, it is close to Bumrungrad Hospital with many patients staying in this hotel that has never been a concern or created any nuisance. The rooms were too spacious and apt for a family of three. The only thing which didn't go well were those touch based lights, sometimes it did behave weird but that's too small a thing considering the overall experience. With a good breakfast buffet in offer and a decent room service, after a long day touring in Bangkok you can't ask much. A pleasant stay with you guys. Wishing you and your team luck!

"Overpriced Hotel, Bad location, Very Bad Room"
Navigator817879, 19 Septembre 2018

On our recent Holiday trip, we stayed in this Hotel on 12th Sept checked out 14th Sept. Again we checked in on 16th Sept. and checked out the same day. We booked directly from the hotel website. The reason I choose this hotel, I stayed Best Western Hotel in St.Galan, Switzerland and I liked the hotel and service then. For the benefit of other travelers below are our honest views: 1) This hotel is inside Bumrungrad International Hospital and this hotel is package for the patients visiting hospital for treatment. Very crowded with Arab Patients and their attendees all around you which make your holiday uncomfortable. 2) Rooms have part of black interior which make the room very dark and negative. 3) Rooms have no balcony. 4) Rooms are smelly and lighting is too horrible and auto switch off and on which is quite irritating. 5) Heavy smoking smell in spite of we have allocated NON Smoking room. 6) We had come back after a long trip and wanted to take some resit on16th evening But, we could not sleep as there was continues heavy noise of Generator from nearby area. I have made written complaint to the reception one Mr.Man. We have been told that, it may the nose from the Hospital Generator. Staff at reception is rude and untrained. Only think we like this hotel is the food served in lobby cafe. This is a clear NO NO hotel for holiday and Business travellers. Highly overpriced and far away from main attractions in the city. May be Convenient only for patients for treatment.

"Not worthy"
Ankit S, 14 Septembre 2018

HCan get much more facilities in 6000/- per night..no cleaniness in the room, i have to change the room at first day due to insects all over the room..not so spacious..lighting issue in the room..overall it was so so..anyways hotel staff is cooperative..

"Good service"
AndreasG1586, 03 Août 2018

I forgot my swimming trunks at the hotel and found out later that day. For some reason the trunks were thrown away by mistake, which is kind of strange. But from then on everything was perfect. I sent the manager a link of the trunks and within a few days I got the money on my european bank account for buying new ones. Mistakes can happen anytime, but not always will a hotel make up for them in such a perfect way. The stay itself was also very nice. Beautiful rooms, really nice rooftop pool, friendly staff.

"Very nice room."
Hvidovre2650, 30 Juillet 2018

I got an offer on a room I couldn't turn down. For about 120 dollars for 3 night's i got a very nice 28 sqm room in a nice clean hotel. The personal in the reception was very polite and the suitcase service was nice and friendly. The room was nice and clean and had a good big king size bed. Clean toilet with shower. I am absolutely satisfied and can only recommend this hotel. Maybe I was very lucky to get this hotel in Bangkok near everything to that price. But if the price next time is about the same it will be my choice for sure.

"BEST.. western!"
Lena D, 15 Juillet 2018

My partner and i booked BW online . we arrived to the best western after a bad experience at another hotel in bangkok. Everyone in the lobby was pleasant and greeted us with smiles. The hotel decor was very modern and clean. Fragrance was welcoming. Check in was a breeze, the receptionist informed us that the hotel is full booked so they are upgrading are room from the premier king to the premier king studio. OMG! We greatly appreciated the upgrade. She explain free breakfast and rooftop pool. When we arrived to room beautiful, you walked into the living room area, when we reach the bedroom everything perfect. They have a system with the lighting which is cool. (warming setting). The bed was super comfortable, the shower pressure was amazing. We order room service which arrived quickly. We were happy to stay in the room the rest of the night. The next day we visit the roof top pool area, small and cute. Overall the BW was a good experience and i enjoyed my stay.. thank you.

"Suited our needs perfectly"
SamanthaBeijing, 27 Juin 2018

My husband and I stayed at the Best Western Premier for nearly 2 weeks as my husband needed heart surgery at Bumrungrad. First and foremost, the hotel is situated right next door to the hospital which made my life so much easier in terms of visiting my husband and also the many Dr's appts that were required. The hotel staff were all pleasant and helpful. Especially enjoyed the friendly lady who made my omelette's each morning. Breakfast is fabulous when you need to spend all day at the hospital. Full and varied. Room was comfortable and nicely appointed. Rooftop bar and pool provided a lovely escape from a day spent in hospital. Thank you to the staff for making what was a frightening visit that much more comfortable.

"holiday "
rushdaamjad, 21 Juin 2018

the location of the hotel is ideal for shopping..the station is also in walking distance ..they are offering free breakfast also ..our stay was breif but comfortable. i would surly recommend this hotel .

"Very bad!!! DONT STAY !!"
Navigatio_23, 11 Juin 2018

The location is great for shopping or hospital visits and thats it! You get a culture shock when you stay at the Best Arab/Western hotel. Its full of sick Arabs and Indians.. all behaving very bad and rude. The poor hotel staff can't handle these cultures. I had to call the reception twice at night because of the noice from the room next door. The hotel staff could not get the guest to cancel their noice, so I took it in my hands and made sure they understood me. The noice was cancelled right away. Breakfast is a joke, quality is very bad! The breakfast restaurant has not enough seating capacity and you have to wait in line. I actually came back 3 times and still had to wait in line. The table next to me was empty, but 2 Mummies refused to sit next to me, because I am a man.... The lobby bar is freezing cold and the drinks menu is not really inviting. The roof pool terrace is dirty and all the furniture are full of rust or broken. I would not recommend to anyone to stay at this hotel..

"Great hotel"
zizawah k, 30 Mai 2018

This hotel is one of the best hotel I had visited in Bangkok. Not so bad and had a great breakfast and very nice greetings to people who came there. It would've been better with the room service last time my room was openef

"A much needed break"
D_Hungrygoan_Travlr, 29 Mai 2018

Stayed at this hotel from 25th till 31st May, Room: Excellent Service: Excellent Staff: Excellent Gym and Pool: Excellent This hotel is situated nicely with peace and quite and the hustle and bustle just 15 minutes walk away. The food is good and the service of IRD is super fast, 10 minutes fast. McDonald, burger King, Starbucks, Pizza hut just 15 minutes round the corner, the only draw back is that not many people speak English (Hotel staff do and are very helpful) so have a little patience :) Easy to move around with taxis available, one suggestion upon arrival take a temporary sim to assist with google maps and translate was very helpful. Next time I am in Bangkok I am coming rite back to BW premier. Thank you guys for the awesome stay.

"A great hotel in a popular area"
Martin F, 01 Mai 2018

I stayed at this hotel whilst my husband was in the Bumrungrad hospital which is a 3 minute walk away. The hotel is extremely clean and modern and excellent value for money. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped and all staff are welcoming. The swimming pool on the top floor is perfect for an afternoon swim and offers a peaceful setting in this busy city. The breakfast is freshly prepared and offers a variety of hot and cold foods and fruit.

"New year trip"
Nareshwari K, 01 Mai 2018

The room and building is modern. But the neighbour hood is quite off. However, the service was sooo great. They are friendly and approachable. But the breakfast was so basic, i love the yoghurt hahaha

"Modern,clean & Large size Room"
Amy B, 22 Avril 2018

Great Hotel, very nice Decor in the Room. Loads of space to fit luggage and room to move around. Large King size bed the most comfortable mattress that we slept on in Bangkok. Close to shopping and Food areas. Lots of Massage Parlours up the road aswell as 7 Eleven shops to buy Alcohol and snacks. This Hotel is located next to one of the big Hospitals in Bangkok. We saw a few women having breakfast that seemed like they had stayed there whilst they were recovering from Plastic Surgery. The front bar was pretty unappealing but we sat outside and had a drink or two.

"Poor service and breakfast"
Ankit J, 13 Avril 2018

Hotel is located at a decent place but the service provided is not upto the mark citing an example they will charge even if you ask for basic cutlery and breakfast has poor options for Indian vegetarians.

"for 60 euro it is ok"
larselino, 05 Avril 2018

Hotel is clean, rooms are big, location is central to sukhumvit party and shopping district. Staff is ok. Gym is small but ok. Pool was closed, all in all it is 60 Euro worth it. Compared to some hotels that cost 100 euro per night it has to he same quality. And it is next to a famous hospital, so many family members from Arab countries stay there.

"Very good and convenient"
ewakh2014, 03 Avril 2018

Stayed for a few days and can really recommend it- excellent service, good food, very good accomodation. The only minus was the lack of umbrellas by the pool which with the temperatures over 35 C since early morning made it unberable at times. The hotel itself is very conveniently placed for shops, Sky train, many restaurants etc. It is next door to the Bumrungrad hospital and therefore extremely convenient for those who have to go and visit . Once again, I must stress the service at t(e hotel- excellent.

"Outstanding value"
ian_lane802, 25 Mars 2018

Stayed here for one night before flying home the following morning. The hotel is modern and furnished to a very high standard. Bedrooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, and bed was extremely comfortable. The restaurant is also very good, and offers a good menu. All staff were polite, welcoming and efficient. Good free shuttle bus service to the airport. A good experience all round - couldn't fault it.

"Best place in Bangkok"
User, 24 Mars 2018

Literally steps away from Bumrungrad international Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand. Within minutes of several malls for shopping dining or just strolling. Walking distance from many restaurants. Free shuttle to and from airport. Courteous and helpful staff. Buffet in the morning is bountiful. Sliced fruits are displayed artfully, they are varied and plentiful. Choice of bread, pastry and juice merit mentioning. The place is super clean and every thing works smoothly. The gym, swimming pool and outside seating on the roof top terrace with its greenery makes you forget that you are on top of the building. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely want to stay here again.

"Perfect for Bumrungrad hospital"
pagoda2014, 21 Mars 2018

Another stay at BW premier sukhumvit - this is perfect for Bumrungrad hospital -literally a few steps away. Rooms are a good size, modern with good facilities. Internet works and staff are helpful. Roof top pool, bar and small gym. You don't need much more. Not any negatives yet. What is also helpful in terms of location is that you are just off the highway,so getting to the airport is made easier -no cross town traffic.

"All the staffs are super nice, but tuk-tuk is a problem"
CYY0520, 19 Mars 2018

This is my third time to stay in Best Western Premier, all the staffs are very friendly, especially concierge staffs. They take good care for me all the time. One thing I wish the hotel can improve, their hotel tuk-tuk is terrible. Sometime can't work, last time I came, the tuk-tuk already have a problem, this time still nothing changed.

"Handy hotel for Bumrungrad Hospital "
PeterSa1, 10 Mars 2018

This hotel is located right next door to one of Bangkok's largest hospitals and therefore would be an ideal place to stay if a family member is an inpatient. The hotel's staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are large with an antechamber with a sofa and television. A few small details suggested a lack of attention to standards - the safety deposit box was locked from the last guest and would not open. Tea and coffee were provided in the room but without a kettle. The sheet on the bed had two tears in it. The room was very clean and the walk in shower was very good. Air conditioning was noisy but worked efficiently to make things comfortable. The room did not have ironing facilities but the staff were very happy to bring an iron up. Breakfast was a buffet of reasonable quality but presentation was not as attractive as it could have been and the serving area was rather cramped. Fresh omelettes were available. The hotel has a small rooftop pool with loungers and a bar. This was a nice area to relax in. There is a fitness room which appeared entirely adequate. Not a bad stay, but a little more attention to detail would have helped.

"Convenient airport hotel"
186349Jim, 02 Mars 2018

This is a pleasant and really handy hotel for the main international airport. We stayed two nights and had an ok hotel meal one evening and meal from local street food, about 3 minutes walk away) which was much much better and more interesting. However hotel has all you need for a stopover, free airport shuttle, swimming pool, restaurant and polite staff.

"Perfect 4 Star"
SouthSydneyKingfish, 27 Février 2018

Easily stands up to its 4 star classification Needs and expectations satisfied and exceeded Genuine staff from management to frontline staff Good facilities, concierge assistance Great character filled location, between skytrain and canal 15 to 20 minutes to the town centre and tourist attractions plus 5 to 10 minute walk to train or boat stop Price was very competitive for accom, food and location

"Love the chain."
bidishakohli, 23 Février 2018

So every time I go to Bangkok and I have been their quite a few times, I make sure I stay in any one of the best western hotels. They are absolutely spotlessly clean and very conveniently located. It's near the right areas but also away from all the loud noise. Affordable great stays.

"Free shuttle service "
becky-monkey, 21 Février 2018

We arrived Bangkok lately at mid-night. Luckily, it is only a short ride from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport by free hotel shuttle bus. Very convenient! The decoration of the room is a bit old style. Actually, we didn't have so much time to explore the hotel.

"Rest, recuperation and food. "
Andrew m, 16 Février 2018

My wife was having surgery at the Bumrungard Hospital being the hotel. So for location it was very convenient to pop in for a visiting and post surgery follow up. The room was large clean and modern, with a king size bed. Room minibar was stocked with beer and mixers as well as quarter bottle of whiskey and gin.Tea/coffee making facilities are available along with a selection of snacks. Having said all that, I tend to remove said stock and buy my own. To that end there are seven elevens nearby and a medium size grocery store and a 10 minute walk away. Breakfast is included with the room and is what I would expect from this level of hotel. A selection of hot items (Western and Asian), cold section, fruits, toasts and an egg station. Ford varied a little each morning and was enough for us to change it up each morning. The bar has reduced prices on beer, wine, etc from 1300 to 2100 daily. P leant of restaurants nearby just ask the concierge, with local and middle eastern food available. Street food is prevalent most days as well. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would come back, the staff were helpful, the couple of issues concerning towels were rectified immediately with a phone call. Concierge staff were excellent in pointing us in the right direction to find markets, hairdressers etc.

"Run the other way"
Buggsie1221, 05 Février 2018

I am appalled by the service at this hotel. I am sitting in the room typing this review. They gave us a king bed for 3 adults and a toddler. For the third guest gives us a cot. A cot! In a small room. What they call a suite is a joke. Wanted to heat up my son's food, wants to charge 100tbh just to take a plate. And there's no microwave in the area to heat up your food. The manager is like, well too bad. They couldn't care less about their guests. Being that the hospital is right around the corner gives them the advantage to act like this. Do yourself a favor, get another better hotel. I do hope they use this review to brush up on their customer service.

"Nice and Comfortable"
cheungminny, 22 Janvier 2018

The hotel is right in centre of Bangkok, can go around by Sky train. The room is clean and modern style feel so comfortable. The service is international standard. The price is not too expensive. We were very impressed.

"What room should we book. "
tldonnelly, 14 Janvier 2018

Hi travelling with our 2 kids aged 14 and 8. Which room shall we book? With breakfast? Can we just book a normal room and the kids have the sofa bed? Any advice greatly received. Thanks for your assistance

"Once is enough "
travelnshoot4two, 13 Janvier 2018

Stayed overnight due to long layover. Hotel is a 20 minute car ride from the airport. It does offer a shuttle but instructions as to where to board are unclear. The airport offers no hotel shuttle signage. To find shuttle, head to the 2nd floor of airport. Look for the BW rep in bright pink blazer jacket. At the hotel reception, the counter rep asked for our passports. They were not returned to me and I didn't notice. Later, someone came to our door to return them. Hotel room is adequate but came some issues. Bathroom faucets are tricky to regulate to get the right temp. On a side note, the white towels appear tinged with grey. Room does not come equipped with iron and board. Overall, room is sub-standard.

"Thank-you for B.W's"
shimizuy2017, 11 Janvier 2018

Its been satisfied for staying here. The location was good. All of staffs ware very kindness.therefore,i say just one thing, a bathroom tawols ware a little bit luck of satisfaction about cleanliness and preparation.

"Way better than Baiyoke hotel"
SorenErikHansen, 08 Janvier 2018

We arrived after 14 hours flight, and was met at the entrence by a very polite staff, guided thru checkin and led to our rooms. The hotel though not a 5 star, was nice and clean, and they did their best to accomodate us (4 grownups and a 2½ year granddaughter). Rooms was clean and well laid out. Ameneties such as pool and roofbar was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was plentifull and at good standard.

"Dump hotel"
Amgaa S, 06 Janvier 2018

Dump smell in the room. Outdated, dirty, dusty, stains... Just very unclean environment. Ppl apparently come to visit the Bumrungrad Hospital and this hotel is one of the closest. That's i guess the only reason it still operates. Will not return ever. Change your lousy management.

"Fantastic hotel with really good food and amenities "
reginakeith42, 28 Décembre 2017

We stayed here overnight and were delighted with the room we stayed on premier floor getting access to club lounge and wifi and free airport transfers as well as four items of laundry free which was great Our flight was at night and were given late check out Fillet steak really excellent as was soups Breakfast was excellent and there is a great pool We will stay again

"Nice Hotel with Poor Desk Chairs and Idiotic Light System"
Anthony11234354567, 20 Décembre 2017

Pros: Good breakfast and clean, modern rooms. Friendly, helpful staff , nice pool and exercise room, free shuttle to Sukhumvit Rd Cons: Cutesy-wootsy lighting system is annoying, desk chairs in almost every room are junk quality---completely wrong for a good hotel. Ditto cheap, broken trash bins in bathroom

"Rooftop bar open to non-residents "
Captain_Cook_9876, 19 Décembre 2017

The hotel is a few steps away from the Bumrungrad hospital. We fancied a quick beer at sundown and asked if the rooftop bar was open to non-residents. Surprisingly, yes! Though you have to ask at reception for them to swipe you up in the lift. Very pleasant once you're up there, and the beer not expensive.

"Nice Hotel, Nice People"
tonythetraveler73, 10 Décembre 2017

I went to Best Western as I was being treated at Bumrungrad International Hospital which is right next door. Nice Hotel, good rooms and showers, great breakfast buffet and service was really good. I did not give it 5 stars due to location. Although right next to the hospital, if you desire to walk to the areas where you have restaurants, shops, street and food vendors and where all the activity happens, it is a long walk. Hotel is a bit out of the way in that regard. This means you are left with taxis. Any taxi that is parked at the hotel will take advantage of you so you have to coordinate with the hotel to make sure you get a taxi that has a meter and make sure the meter is turned on. It is a bit of a hassle. Other than location, it is a nice place.

"Good for short stays"
Noufal94, 10 Décembre 2017

Stayed at a premiere king room -Cleanliness 6/10 , spotted some small aunts -Comfort 6.5/10 matress was spongy & soft, only 2 options of pillows and both of them are soft to medium. I prefer hard -Ambience & theme 9/10 if you like less lit & modern design this is the best option - location: 7/10 in downtown , close to Arab street & metro station is 8 minutes walk + very quiet alley near the burmengrad hospital & taxi can be order by phone , tuk tuk cabs are available from time to time in a 3 minutes walk from hotel - Room service: 5/10 very basic platter and no tissue ,cutlery & napkins. Speed was v.good. I ordered pizza and cheese sticks. Need improvement & better presentation & upscale. Taste was normal - Room size : spacious & enough for 3 people - Recommend: family yes affordable yet luxury option yes. - Best feature : smoke free hotel & no much of bars and clubs. Excellent for arabs.

"Close to Bamrungrad Hospital is the only positive "
mazbauddin, 09 Décembre 2017

The most lousy part of this hotel is it House Keeping. I stayed there for 8 days with my 2 children but any most of the days I discover that they don't change the bedcover or forget to provide floor towel or any other issue which should be taken care of. Also when we ask for two extra blanket the housekeeping replied that as per their policy they can only provide one!!! Also the Buffet breakfast has very limited choice for Halal food. So it is not recommended for Muslims. Only positive is the location. If anybody comes to Bamrungrad for treatment this is one of the most closest options he can consider

"Best place to stay in Bangkok."
waseempashaf, 29 Novembre 2017

This is the best place to stay in Bangkok. The area is center of all nearby markets and the service is exceptional. Best western has exceeded my expectations for service and quality. From checking in to checkout, breakfast, fast internet and you have everything.

"Superb Good"
Puvan Kumar A, 20 Novembre 2017

Staff are very friendly and very helpfull. Free drop off to nearest Sky Train. Very clean and cosy room. Will stay here again on next visit. Will highly intro this hotel to others. Thumbs up to the staff and management. Keep up the job !!! 5 star

"uncomfortable bed"
kyawt, 20 Novembre 2017

The hotel is situated next the the hospital so it is very convenient for us as we are for a treatment. The room is nice but the bed is so old and sagging a lot. The food is nice for room service. Even for convenience sake I do not want to visit again. There is no view from the room only the next building.Sorry and thanks for the hospitality.

"Comfortable hotel"
Peter G, 16 Novembre 2017

A quite hotel tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Sukhumvit road. Spacious, clean room with a comfortable bed. A good buffet breakfast selection. The hotel I found was good value for the price. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

"Location and comfort "
Marsha W, 16 Novembre 2017

Staying one week with friends for sight seeing. Our arrival was after midnight. But we were warmly greeted by the staff and efficiently checked in with much kindness. We are a party of 8 traveling together. When getting to our room we noted the spaciousness and cleanliness. Well appointed but no drawer space to un pack. That is why only 4 of 5 stars. The complimentary breakfast is a good start. Arrive early and it will be less busy. Was also impressed that we were directed to a nearby restaurant that could accommodate us at 2 am and the doorman walked us a good deal of the way to be sure we understood the direction.

"Worst Experience ever"
zaii00, 16 Novembre 2017

Stayed here with my family for four nights. We booked two rooms because we are family of five. Honestly only reason I chose this hotel because the Skyy hotel just beside this hotel was fully booked until December. It was a bad decision. Firstly, check in was ok, No issues at all. But it all went down the hill from there. Breakfast was average. Not many items and also food does not tastes good. It ruined our breakfast time. Bad attitude from the room cleaners and they knows only one word, 'NO'. That's it. Room and bathroom condition is poor and not well maintained. Fixtures are old. Requested for a wall adapter which I did not get. Also I don't know if it's intentional but they kept giving us 'Torn towel' daily. You can see the pictures. They call themselves five star. But in reality not more than a 3 star hotel. Not recommend for families as they are not kid friendly. Maybe for Hospital visitors. But there are some better options at this location. I would have given it a 1 star but my children enjoyed on the pool. So I gave it a two. Not going to stay at this hotel and also going to avoid Best western chain hotels.

"Weekend Shoping"
Stewartanderson, 16 Octobre 2017

We have stayed at this Hotel a number of times. The staff are very friendly, and the Hotel is close to many shopping Mall. The Breakfast is also good, but limited in choice, can get a little crowded during breakfast time. I was a little disappointed this stay, as the lift and hallways needed a good hovering, but this would not put me off staying there again. I do recommend this Hotel

mdmizanurrahmanm2017, 28 Septembre 2017

Perfect accommodation for stay. Best bet to blow off some steam with colleagues and friends. Highly recommended. The staff is genuine and professional, attending to the visitor's every need. Perfectly climate controlled and clean, with very luxurious linens.

"Great room, boring breakfast"
User, 21 Septembre 2017

This hotel has a great room, the design of the room and the ambiance very comfortable. As i stay there for 3-5 days, and this is my second stay, the breakfast need to be improve. Everyday the food almost the same and the varieties of their hot dishes are 5 items only, 2 sausages( chicken and pork), potatoes, noodle or rice and porridge. As a 4-5 atar hotel and it called best western premier, they need to have more varieties like international hotel. I really disappointed about their food. Everyday i ate toasted bread, yoghurt, 1-2 sausages and scrambled egg. This is very boring and sad. Just imagine id the owner has to pay 80 -90 dollars hotel but the food is 3 star qualities. The skyy hotel next to them, their breakfast has a better taste eventhough 3 star hotel and the varieties is the same. Please do improve. I already complain but no action. If the food is horrible less likely people will stay in your hotel

"Great place next to Bumrungrad Hospital."
AJRSeaside, 21 Septembre 2017

Great location. Taxi drivers all over Bangkok can easily get you to the Hospital. Especially important when dealing with a driver who does not speak English. Staff was excellent, Ekaluk, one of the concierges always made arrangements at a fair cost.

"Convenient, quiet, clean, and good service"
T A, 21 Septembre 2017

For anyone who needs to stay overnight to visit Bumrungrad Hospital, this is the best place to stay. A two minute walk to the hospital, and also easy access to the Skytrain for visiting other locations. Good freeway access for travel to the airports.

"Front desk manager "
jason w, 05 Septembre 2017

I have visited this hotel in the past and had a great experience before. This time across we came up on a very disturbing situation. The front office manager made our stay unpleasant. When we first arrived at the hotel to get our room, The receptionist at the time told us that she had one room at a price of 3100baht and told us that she didn't have any twin room available. So we went around asking if we could find any room for one day till the Hotel had available room after 30 minutes of checking we decided check again if anyone has checkout. They told us that they found a room but told us we have to pay 3400baht. We asked why they increased the price but denied of ever saying that and later admitted that it was our fault. So, we were suppose to just stand there and wait for room availabilities. Nevertheless the rest of the service was good.

"I.was stay in this hotel 2years before it was very very good hotel l.want to stay is years l.will visit to bkk in nov"

"Great location for stay at (Hospital)"
Debra L, 27 Août 2017

I came to Bangkok to have a total hip replacement at Bumrungrad Hospital. I was to be released after five days and sent to a local hotel so I could return for physical therapy. This hotel was about a quarter block from the hospital's main entrance. I occasionally even did it on crutches. It was a very comfortable but busy hotel. The rooms had a nice bed soft, adequate couch and desk which I could not sit on because of my discomfort and adequate bathroom. Daily cleaning was great and they frequently checked up on me. Hotel restaurant very good with a broad range of food. Daily breakfast was popular and seem to be great. Unfortunately I could not eat very much so cannot really evaluate that part. Staff was very service oriented, super friendly and wanted to please.

"Value for money"
AnaSmy, 14 Août 2017

The room far exceeded our expectations, very spacious with a large comfortable bed! There was a great variety at the breakfast counter and the food quality was above average. The service was very kind and helpful. The rooftop pool was a great addition to our experience! The location very good, not ideal though.

"Great service "
Sierra M, 11 Août 2017

Stayed here while recovering from surgery. Front desk brought ice promptly a few times. Readily assisted with baggage and room service. Food wasn't great but service was excellent! The bed was sooooo comfortable too. Great central location

"Below average "
FlyBoy_WE, 22 Juillet 2017

Location is fine if you are visiting bumrungrad hospital, staff isn't really friendly. Food is below average. Useless wifi and breakfast is the worst. Rooms are clean and spacious. Pool and gym are fair. Not recommended for young couples. Pricy compared to other hotels nearby.

"Awesome location but no hot water in the shower"
Liz L, 20 Juillet 2017

Love the location since it is right next to Bumrungrad. The bed was firm but soft and the staff was helpful and kind. However, we never got hot water for our shower after letting them know three times there was none. The sink finally got hot water on the second day of our stay. Make sure to check the water in your room and let them know.

"The worst call 5star hotel in Thailand"
rashidabdullahsaifa, 06 Juillet 2017

The quality below 4star hotel .frunt office staff not ready for the massive grub check in . Very slow check in and out.the hotel really below expectation The room very old just no more than3star hotel.

"in bangkok for surgery"
johnD2178GO, 06 Juillet 2017

I checked into this hotel after leaving the nearby unico express in disgust, the two hotels couldnt be more different, the rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff were excellent. I had surgery at the nearby bumrungrad hospital and when I returned they helped me to my room and moved me close to the lift. the staff were helpful throughout my stay, I cant recommend them highly enough.

"Family"
Stephen H, 22 Juin 2017

Just wanted to let everyone know that this is a great hotel here in Bangkok Thailand. The staff here are wonderful especially the manger name Somjate. You want someone that is customer friendly and takes care of the customer Somjate is your manger here at the best western. I stay here 1-2 times a year. Only had one problem here this time with the cleaning lady on the 6th floor asking 3 times for wash clothes. She keep telling me to wait 2mins., and on the 3rd time I had to say no but now. She didn't seem to like to like that to much, but as I said I this is the hotel I'll keep staying at here in Bangkok.

"Close to bts "
Tina B, 22 Juin 2017

Hotel is not far from bts. Only few minutes walking from the bts and one hour driving from the airport. If you hungry you can go around and find a lot of restaurants around or go to the big mall where you can find a lot of good food.

"Recommended "
Lux l, 19 Juin 2017

Came here during Ramadan , the hotel arranged for us breakfast box to bring up to the room since we are fasting during the day. Clean rooms, huge rooms friendly staff, convenient location. Its close to Bumrungrad and many restaurants in the area. L

"Good location for medical"
T A, 16 Juin 2017

This hotel is across the street from Bumrungrad Hospital so is extremely convenient if you have appointments there. The staff is used to helping guests come and go to the hospital if they are in a wheelchair.

"Average service for the price I pay"
Eng Chi K, 05 Juin 2017

English language is very limited hence caused a disaster for my early morning during booking of cab to go for my meeting. Letting me for 30 minutes without informing me there are 3 people in front of the queue just ruined my days. I was late for an hour for my meeting. Last day when I wanted to book a cab to go to another hotel, the cab that hotel booked for me took me to somewhere else which clearly indicated that the drive did not understood the location. I have asked clearly if he knows my hotel and BW staff told me yes!! Nightmare 2 days in a row....

"Very nice hotel in Bangkok"
raymondjamesm, 31 Mai 2017

The hotel was comfortable and quite. Close to hospital, train station and shopping. Good value for the cost. Modern hotel, very clean and well maintained. Very conformable bed and all services worked well.

"BEST Best Western"
rebeccaellend, 18 Mai 2017

The beds, ahhhhh nice and comfy! No Asian hard beds here! The people, from the attendants outside, the front counter, the room service to breakfast and beyond, they make your stay AMAZING!!!!! thank you for a wonderful and restful few days!

"Fair enough"
hagalindo, 18 Mai 2017

Friendly and very attentive staff. Breakfast was not distinctively good. Room was nice, although bed was too soft. Obtained an upgrade because of my loyalty program status, which gave the experience a nice touch. Neighborhood is not necessarily friendly.

"Convenient"
noexpectationsmotto, 15 Mai 2017

A good choice if you want to be closest to bumrungrad hospital as you can be. Nothing outstanding or noteworthy otherwise. Breakfast is OK, a smaller buffet but covers the basics. I personally would prefer to eat elsewhere for breakfast.

"Comfortable "
Kaniz K, 09 Mai 2017

I think they have renovated and refurbished. Lovely neat and clean hotel with modern decor. Room well organized and looked trendy. Bathroom sparkling clean. Very comfortable bed. As the hotel is surrounded by buildings, views are only buildings. As the room was in the front side, there was a road and that gave some open space. There are many eateries nearby the hotel. Taxies are easy to get. Bumrungrad international hospital is a foot step ahead and convenient for the patients.

"My 2nd time stay"
TUN1964, 28 Avril 2017

It was my 2nd time stay there on April 5.My arrival time to Bangkok was earlier than hotel check in time,so I took Bumrungrad hospital's free transport from Suvanabhumi airport to hotel. My arrival time to hotel was about 11:30 am.But front desk staff given sweet smile and arranged early check in. My room was great as previous 3 month stay. Hotel service was nothing change and perfect as well. These hotel was perfect for my doctor's appointment and early morning blood test. Hotel location is dozen of steps to hospital. I love their perfect breakfast and excellent service. I would stay again for next medical check up trips due to their flawless service.

"Good location for Bumrungrad"
B G, 21 Avril 2017

I booked this hotel specifically because it was on the hospital website and said it was close. The hotel is less than a five minute walk which makes it convenient. There are a couple of restaurants close by and overall it's not too loud. Service was good, rooms are large and clean. Breakfast buffet was fairly limited, fitness center on the roof is small but there is a rooftop bar that has a good view.

"usual bkk second home"
thomaslan_yf, 13 Avril 2017

consistent quality of service and caring staffs. location is good for the main purpose of coming to the hospital near by. pricing is relatively high. Morning Breakfast buffet items can be improved though.

"A delightful stay"
smayf, 12 Avril 2017

Cannot fault this place, thanks to the staff for looking after us during our stay. The level or service was much better than competitors we were staying in, big thanks to Michael for taking care of us, he clearly knows how hospitality works! The rooms were a great size and the beds so comfy. I loved the ambient lighting that you can switch to to change the setting of the rooms. The rain shower was great and the hot water plentiful. The hotel offers a free tuk tuk to the main road (about 5 mins walk) but in the heat it's a great idea to use it! It's not far from the BTS stop so easy to get around and it's right next to Bumrungrad international hospital so you'll never get lost, just ask to go there! We ate at the rooftop pool bar daily, it was so good. Each dish was really tasty and the staff looked after us too. Thanks again for such a wonderful stay, we were sad to have to go back to our Novotel after staying here! Looking forward to returning in the future, hopefully they look after the rooms to keep them in great condition.

"Wish I could give 7 bubbles"
Jane H, 11 Avril 2017

Where to start and what to mention! Short THANK YOU ALL. Most guests here come with a big bag pack to carry, due to convenience of the location. It's across to Bumrungrad Hospital, for me the best on earth. From the Porter, Cleaner and Management....Everyone has been amazing friendly and helpful. If anyone complaints about this hotel, you may want to spend more money and go to another hotel. Just to name a few....Banna, Joe, Tie and the lovely Concierge Team! The Engineer who helped me watch DVDs......last But not least....Thank you Michael for your hospitality! I will be back! Sincerely Jane

"A good place for Bumrungrad Hospital's patient"
naymyo k, 10 Avril 2017

Hotel is good, staffs are friendly (not the doormen and bellboys) A very good location for our family's health checkup at Bumrungrad Hospital (just opposite of a narrow lane). Rooms are good. Breakfast is Okay

"Excellent hotel with exemplary service"
Dunsterville, 09 Avril 2017

I recently stayed at the Best Western whilst having surgery at the nearby Bumrungrad Hospital. The staff were excellent from check-in to check-out. I required extra help, including wheelchair assistance. I could not have asked for better care than provided by the hotel. Everybody was very caring, helping me in and out of taxis, tuktuks etc. Also, the rooms are a good size and the breakfast very good. Plus the rooftop pool is nice with a small bar. The only downside would be the WIFI which was rather slow and unstable. However this was a minor issue compared to the excellent service received. Highly recommended.

"Great hotel at a convenient location!"
the_tanveer, 08 Avril 2017

Location: Conveniently located just behind the Bumrungrad Hospital which makes it easy for the hotel guests to reach the hospital on foot in no time. Good thing is we didn't hear any ambulance in the four nights we stayed there. Rooms: Nice dark rooms with good quality blackout curtains and large comfortable beds. Air conditioning system is easy to operate. Rain shower is available in the bathroom with good pressure and warm water. Restaurants: Breakfast is super if you're looking for a nice western style breakfast. The chef was very friendly and can make great omelet! The rooftop pool and bar has the most amazing view and I think I would stay here again just for that. Staffs: Staffs are very friendly and efficient. They answered all my queries with smiles and good gestures. Highly recommended for family or group travelers.

"Nice to Stay"
leisure5588, 27 Novembre 2016

It's a low rise building, modern and easy access. Rooms are modern and cozy. Pool scene is quite good, but just small area. Staff is great. Their transport service (tuktuk) is to connect you to the main road and you can walk about 2 mn to the BTS station Phleun Chit. The lobby is very nice and calm, hotel staff were very friendly and we recieved a nice welcome at the front desk. The rooms are nice and clean with a good bed. Our room faced the street side. The breakfast is very luxurious and offers both oriental style dishes as western style breakfast. The pool and poolbar are very nice with good atmosphere and nice lighting in the night. Overall we were happy to stay there. Do remember that this hotel is rather far from the city center and the main road.

"Great Place to Stay"
Y5095MAdavidb, 27 Novembre 2016

Great place to stay! Always had a good experience here. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. One minor problem the mattresses starting to sag and have become to soft in a lot of the rooms. Time for new mattresses.

"Very close to Bumrungrad Hospital"
ch0rv0ins, 23 Novembre 2016

This is a good hotel and has very helpful staffs but less varieties of food for breakfast. This hotel is very close to Bumrungrad hospital. It takes less than 3 mins to access to the hospital canteen. The restaurant has good and affordable varieties of food for you to choose.

"Great Area"
Amanda D, 22 Novembre 2016

Nice hotel, huge bed. The room was clean, great bathroom. Breakfast was really good, omelette especially nice and they actually had decent tea which is a rarity in Thai hotels. The staff were all very helpful and polite. Good area to stay to get around Bangkok, a hive of activity out on the main road.

"Excellent location for the bumrungrad hospital .1 minutes walk from the hospital"
moragmcphersonm, 21 Novembre 2016

Large clean bedrooms , nice shower room with plenty of toiitries replenished daily . Even fresh fruit in the room daily . I cannot recoment this hotel enough for an excellent location to stay while visiting the above hospital

"Excellent choice for our requirements."
bobgladys, 12 Novembre 2016

Giving the hotel's physical surroundings, the rooms don't have a view; but that was the only downside. Everything else was first-rate. Nice relatively large room with sophisticated contemporary decor. Every single staff member we interacted with was professional & most helpful. The breakfast buffet was terrific! Not only enough choices to satisfy all tastes, but every item was expertly presented. Forget "buffet", they provide a "banquet". Superb!

"Good Stay"
Javo73, 09 Novembre 2016

On the last night of our trip to Thailand I needed an option for one night. I ended up staying in the Best Western Premier and found it to be a good option. The hotel is clean and well decorated. The room has a good size and many amenities. A comfortable bed and noise free environment were important to have good rest. The staff is friendly and service oriented. We had an early flight and could not stay for the breakfast buffet, instead they prepared a box breakfast for us to take to the airport. The only down side I see is the distance and overall feel while walking to the BTS. Is a 5-10 minute walk and the street is not the best. Anyway I walked twice and had no problem at all. A good and cheap option in Bangkok.

"Comfortable work trip "
Ciara N, 06 Novembre 2016

Stayed here for a work trip for a week. Bed was huge and very comfy (if a bit soft for me). The room was very spacious too. Bathroom was lovely and the pool on the roof and gym were pleasant. Not my favourite area of Bangkok but close to sky train and for a works trip it was really convenient to everywhere I needed to be. I did notice a couple of little ants in the room on different days which makes me wonder if there is a nest somewhere. I didn't notice any bad smells other travellers mentioned but there was a smell of chlorine in the room.

"Good"
chris600, 05 Novembre 2016

Stayed here with my girlfriend 3 nights. Amazing comfy bed Great shower Breakfast was disappointing - not much to choose from and quality "okay" Location good to nana and 5 minute taxi to the larger shopping centres. Explicitly told reception I did not want waking up on my checking out day as I had a 30 hour journey ahead of me, I made a point of this several times at reception night prior after they kindly gave me a 2pm check out. On day of check out reception rang my room at 11am to see if I was checking out late ARE YOU SERIOUS! !! Nice place anyway. Good pool Room service takes a while to communicate - luckily I had a local with me.

"One of the best hotels in Thailand"
Ant K, 02 Novembre 2016

Excellent rooms! I can't stop having to stay there since it's comfy! What a super hotel! I like the buffet breakfast and the pool! I also liked the gym! Greatest of all! The best breakfast benedicts I've had in ages!

"Location is good near to the hospital."
mingalarbaashin, 01 Novembre 2016

Breakfast is not that exciting.need to upgrade.Staffs are excellent. We ordered room service fish and chips, but mushrooms was sour,so we ate only fish n chips.Restaurant is not that good otherwise we will end up having a dinner there every night. One night from the next room the child was screaming nearly the whole night.Seems the wall are quite thin.Quite upset that night.Other than the room was very quite.

"Great hotel and good location"
clix22, 18 Octobre 2016

The best western premier Sukhumvit is a clean well designed hotel. It's next to a large hosipital so the primary guests seem to be those for medical tourism. The rooms are clean and relatively big. The breakfast is adequate (eggs to order are super). There is an occasional smell in the bathrooms, but dissipates quickly. All in all a good place to stay in bangkok. Free tuktuk to the main road - a 10 min walk away.

"Lovely Pool but ....."
Eipo, 06 Octobre 2016

We were two night stay in Best Western Premier. We didn't like European breakfast as we are Asian. If you would like to eat Asian food, you could find in the next street. It is near Bumrungrad International Hospital, only need to walk 3 minutes .We requested the hotel‘s reception to hire the transportation to Pattaya , the price is 3500 Baht for 1 Nights/2 Days. We had already known that is only for two ways. We stayed at Cape Dara Resort (Pattaya)but we would like to continue the View Point and Golden Beach Hotel to meet our relative, the driver said that 2500 baht will be charged for that. We could give 1500- 2000 baht but he didn't accept. So we took the taxi to the Golden Beach hotel, only 10 minutes drive to there and the price is only 200 baht per way. We took the evening flight so we had to leave our luggage at the reception before we departed. The bell boy is not welcome for that. Although I smiled when I talked him, he couldn't smile back. We would like to get better experience at 4 star hotel. At the first day, the staff came to the room and gave sweet apples that are fOC .The lovely pool is in the roof. Love to swim and stay at night. We would like to come back and hope to get better experience.Thank you..

"Sewer Smell Unbearable at Best"
MaikKubo, 04 Octobre 2016

Pay less or pay more but do Stay Elsewhere!!! Caveat Emptor!! Sewer smell in the room.  It ruined my stay. The stink was so bad at night that it woke me. But I was too tired to bother calling and just tried to sleep. The next morning, I left for breakfast (the buffet is mediocre to be generous) and put the AC on strong to clear out the horrid smell. When I came back to the room and wanted to relax a bit, the smell was so bad I had to call and have engineering come. They were polite (Khun Thada) but the stink remained and I got a headache. So I wasn't really able to sleep at night or relax the next day (in other words I didn't get what I paid for) and was offered little in the way of an apology or compensation - basically they seemed indifferent. Unacceptable. Also, the bed sheets were not entirely clean: when I pulled back the white covers I found black hairs. The pillow cases and sheets had what looked like blood stains that they tried but failed to remove. There were other stains as well. Would hate to see what a black light would reveal. I left completely unsatisfied and wondering how this place can stay in business. Perhaps my worst experience of any hotel in Bangkok. I can recommend at least 3 places I would rather stay that are close by (so if you are going to Bumrungrad or need to be near here there is no need to stay at Best Western). Management might say they did everything they could given the circumstances, but they did very little and who wants to deal with all this when staying at a hotel? I am paying to be comfortable, relaxed, and expect a place where I can recharge and be ready for Bangkok. People coming in and out of a room to try to fix a stench that is horrible enough to cause a headache? If you think you might not mind this after your long flight or long day, then perhaps BW is for you. If you would prefer a hassle free relaxing and comfortable environment where you awaken refreshed and ready to go, then stay elsewhere. At checkout they mentioned nothing about the stink or the sheets or anything - not even a "We are sorry for the inconvenience" or anything. Poor. Best: big comfortable bed and large spacious showers with strong hot water Worst: Unbearable sewer smell, horrible view. Stained sheets and pillow cases (see photos). Breakfast buffet poorly laid out and food low quality (I am not a fan of buffets so bear that in mind). Pay less or pay more but do Stay Elsewhere!!!

"Amazing accommodations and Thailand hospitality!"
CasinoTraveler99, 29 Septembre 2016

Our visit was not for pleasure to Bangkok, my husband had a knee replacement at Bumrungrad International Hospital. We had booked two weeks at another hotel on a friends recommendations. It was below standard so I started looking and found the Best Western which was awesome from the first minute until the last. We stayed a week and this will be our hotel of choice for return trips.

"Lovely rooms"
Nick K, 24 Septembre 2016

Really nice modern rooms, safety, lovely Thai and western food. Not too expensive either. Child friendly. Lovely gym and swimming pool on the roof with a bar and lovely view of Bangkok city! The location was great just a 3 min walk to the sky train and all the main roads of Bangkok. I will be staying there again when my travelling is over for a couple of days before I fly home!

"Fabulous - stunning rooms"
allie f, 23 Septembre 2016

Fabulous place. Clean, well-equipped and spacious rooms - great views and even a balcony. Pool and hotel grounds are stunning. Wifi worked well. Lovely shower. Only issue was lots of mosquitos around the pool/bar area and it took a surprisingly long time to check in. Overall great value and I would stay again.

"Friendly service, comfortable accommodation"
Donald R, 22 Septembre 2016

I have just completed my fourth stay at the Best Western Premier, and I will certainly be back again. My rooms have always been clean, comfortable, and well appointed, and I have always found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. The hotel has rooftop pool and a gym; the breakfast buffet is good, and other meals at the restaurant perfectly adequate. The location of the hotel can be an advantage or a disadvantage, depending on what you need access to. It's great if you need to go to Bumrungrad International Hospital; its main entrance is a one minute walk (or unobstructed wheelchair ride) from the hotel. On the other hand, there aren't many Western-style restaurants in the immediate vicinity (although there's lots of great street food,) and it's a brisk ten minute walk to the nearest Skytrain station (the hotel also has a tuktuk shuttle to take you there.)

"We love it!"
Sara6969, 15 Septembre 2016

It is a quite and very clean hotel! We loved our stay here! It is very close to markets and many other restaurants... and yet quite and relaxing, they have a great team of staff too! I can say we were well taken care of! Certainly will be back here!

"Just OK"
Pilvi, 11 Septembre 2016

We chose the hotel because of the proximity to the airport. Well it is really not that close, be prepared for a 20 minute bus ride... The view from the window was to a slum. Not nice. The lounge (for those who have booked a club room) was pretty much a joke with virtually nothing to offer. Adequate breakfast, nothing to write home about.

"Rude Staff. Unreasonable charges for services. Bad communicating Concierge."
himanshumehra, 06 Septembre 2016

Overall experience was not that bad - due to the value deal that I got luckily, thankfully it had breakfast, wifi and taxes included. Although non-refundable but I got a good deal. location is close to action areas like Soi 3 & 4. Hotel was kind to allow slightly early check in and late check out. Peak hours - too far from airport (time wise). Most ridiculous part is that the hotel was charging for even basic cutlery that I called to serve my kid some food. Concierge has no or less information on how to communicate or address tourist's qqueries.

"Excellent Hotel"
Kyaw Min A, 01 Septembre 2016

My family and i stay at Best Western Sukhumvit whenever we come to Bangkok for our family medical check up at Bunmungrad Hospital and we find that this hotel is very close to hospital. Hotel provides us best services and excellent rooms.

"Just ok!!! "
438meenals, 29 Août 2016

The rooms were ok. We felt there was some weird smell when we got in but after few hours it seemed OK. The location was also ok since it was in inside of a lane and not many things to do nearby. I guess it's good for people who are going to be visiting the hospital nearby. Service was good, I also had lunch there and it was not too bad. The blueberry cheesecake was delicious.

"Very nice"
Nirada P, 22 Août 2016

My partner and I traveled to BKK just 2 days for renewing his passport so we have a look online where to stay which is not too far from the trendy tower. Though we chose to stay with you. We had a problem a little bit on the night we arrived due to the taxi driver didn't know where to go even though he used the gps (he didn't trust the gps when it said to go down the road to Bumrungrad hospital). Anyway, we arrived eventually after midnight, the check in was fast the room is beautiful and comfortable (the headlight (reading light) was broken and couldn't turn off but we were too lazy to call engineer to come fix lol). Gym is small but okay for us to train (really noone else to use the gym when we went there). Front desk and restaurant staffs were very friendly and very helpful (offering to call a taxi and didn't charge for a parcel post for the items we forgot in the room when asked to send to Phuket). We are very impressed with your service and hope to go back again. Thank you very much. :)

"Love the pool!!!"
birgittenyc, 22 Août 2016

Large luxurious room, great breakfast, great pool, great service. No complaints. Interesting and busy neighborhood, a bit seedy in parts. Only stayed one night. A lot of guests come for the hospital next door. A great mix of western, Asian and Arabic guests.

"Comfortable "
Phil T, 15 Août 2016

Last minute booking after flying out of China early I book hotel from taxis after leaving airport, this was no problem when we arrived everything was in order. Hotel is in amongst hospitals on soi 1 very quiet end of Sukhumvit but only around the corner from soi 4, hotel is new clean and very comfortable, would stay again.

"Very friendly staff, excellent facilities"
PeterMG99, 04 Août 2016

I use this hotel when I go to Bumrungrad hospital. It is perfect for that purpose. However I would also recommend it for other purposes. Reasonably convenient to shopping malls (10 minutes walk to SkyTrain staion)

"I love this hotel!"
Kayjay_limmm, 02 Août 2016

I love this hotel. I stayed there to attend the conference. Everything was great. The hospital was right next to it. Starbuck's is inside of the hospital (fyi, I am a caffeine addict). The staffs are very polite and nice. You will love here. Trust me!

"Travel to Bangkok and stay at BW"
SandyKrish, 29 Juillet 2016

nicely located hotel and a comfortable stay as far as the room is considered. Pretty spacious technologically superior for access and control of gadgets in the room including lights, AC, tv etc. Staff is good the breakfast is pretty nice. Did not use any other facilities though found they have a smaller pool and gym.

"Corrupted Security guards and Manager"
Raihan S, 25 Juillet 2016

Very unpleasant and unhelpful staff. Security personnel are doing business instead of giving service. The people in reception dont care when we complain politely. But when we threaten to inform the management.

"Excellent room"
Saadman S, 22 Juillet 2016

Stayed there for 3 nights and loved it. Staff were nice and were quick in responding to requests. The rooms was quite spacious and cozy with all the modern amenities. Will definitely stay there again when I go back to Bangkok.

"Awful system!!!"
Maeve C, 21 Juillet 2016

We arrived here for a one night stay.... Booked and paid fully in advance ($100AUD). When we arrived we were asked for a credit card, which was normal it has happened to us every hotel we have been to on the trip.. HOWEVER I was not advised or informed that they would take $80AUD out of my account...when we asked about this they said it would be back in my account 2 weeks later!!!!!!!! Very poor communication of this... Turned out to be a $180 night stay at this poorly run hotel. Very disappointed! Have been travelling for 1 month across Thailand Vietnam and Cambodia and never experienced this!! Very poor customer service!

"Good retreat in chaotic city"
TastyNosh, 18 Juillet 2016

Bangkok is always great to visit, shopping, food, the restaurant scene continues to improve every year. It was always nice to get back to our hotel, escape the heat and chaos of Bangkok. Every staff member was extremely attentive. Housekeeping, restaurant, front office and engineers would always make eye contact to say hello and check to see if they could help. Roof top pool/bar was really nice to have to relax for a few hours in the afternoon.

"Cosy hotel with a small price!"
roland540, 17 Juillet 2016

Been staying here since Saturday, and I would say, it is very nice hotel, cosy room. The room I stayed, 609 does not have any view, as window faces the wall of next building, but it does not matter. The hotel is only 8 storey high with the rooftop bar, pool n fitness room together. Staffs are friendly, no complaint about the food, even though breakfast is simple ABF buffet, free with room booking on Agoda. What amaze me is the Wi-Fi network that is string in the room as well as anywhere in outdoor pool, fitness centre or restaurant,as you do not need to re login with password again when you left your room and return anytime. Room is huge with extra sofa and I love the bed very much, very comfortable. It also provided guest with four drinking waters, usually two for most hotel. Outside the main road, there is a good Thai street food stalls, and not expensive.About 5-7 mins walking from hotel, but I think it is nearer to walk to/from Ploenchit BTS,exit3. Good!

"Very nice"
Tin Sandy H, 14 Juillet 2016

Staff are very friendly, helpful and nice. Rooms are spacious and clean with full facilities. Rooftop pool and bar is awesome. Provide healthy breakfast. Best for the patient who come to Barumgrad hospital. Just in front of hotel is hospital. Enjoy staying in this hotel.

"Great place, perfect location"
Parker1996, 14 Juillet 2016

Great value, conveniently located to the shopping areas, trains and Bumrumgrad Hospital - never have to walk too far - taxi's and tuk-tuks are nearby. A great holiday spot and perfect location for families with relatives at Bumrumgrad Hospital. The hotle is always busy but you won't notice due to the excellent and attentive staff. Great breakfast buffet. Walk out the back door, you're at the hospital, out the front door it's a short walk to the BTS train. Can't go wrong with this hotel!

"Excellent choice for patients and their families"
nanborton0, 12 Juillet 2016

This hotel, although it also serves tourists and business people, is ideal for outpatients and families of those being treated at Bumrungrad Hospital, which is just across a busy alley from the hotel. The staff are the strength -compassionate without being intrusive, skilled at serving those in wheelcairs or with other disabilities, quick to help in any situation, and masters at driving wheelchairs across the scarey-busy alley to the hospital. Excellent full breakfast included in room price; discounts for hospital patients.

"Location, service, facilities "
96044UB, 04 Juillet 2016

We stay here whenever we have doctors appointments at Bumrungrad or want to be in the Sukhumvit area. The prices are super reasonable for the quiet rooms, nice breakfast, pool, and easy access to the sky train and local shopping sites. The restaurants offer a variety of healthy food and often we eat here. I look forward to seeing the friendly and helpful staff when we come.

"Better than ever"
Suthep C, 22 Juin 2016

Never ceases to amaze me the value I get from this hotel. The staff and service is impeccable as usual. The rooms and the beds are first class. Right in the middle of everything without being too noisy. They even remember my name every time I return! Price is a steal. But I must repeat, staff and service is just first class. The only place I will ever need in Bangkok.

"Very homely"
Maisha A, 15 Juin 2016

I went to Bangkok to give birth to my son, I need a hotel that was close to Bumrungrand. This hotel's location was perfect for my requirement. It is located right in front of the bumrungrand emergency. I stayed in the hotel for more than a month. It became a home to me. Everyone was so kind during my stay. They were so welcoming. And I loved their pool area. I would go there everyday in evening and have juice after juice. I believe it's the best hotel to stay in if you have some work in the hospital. I just loved how they kept asking me when the baby was coming and once my son was born. They all were so happy and playful with my son!

"Excellent stay good location"
Kciff, 12 Juin 2016

The staff at Best Western Premier are very helpful and efficient. The room was large, comfortable and clean. Wifi worked great in the room. I was very happy with the breakfast. There was plenty of fresh fruits, wide selection of cereals, eggs, breads, asian foods, ect. all included in the room price. The hotel is close to shopping, BTS, hospital, and good restaurants.

"Didn't want to leave!"
Robyn B, 08 Juin 2016

Only got to stay one day. Wanted to stay longer. Check in and out was quick. The staff friendly. The pool on the roof was relaxing and I enjoyed that the mocktails were included in the drink specials. Our room was spacious, well appointed and quiet. 4 complimentary water instead of the usual 2. Breakfast buffet had a nice selection as well as a very pleasant person who cooked eggs to order. Not sure what the people were looking for who said there wasn't much variety. Public transport was quick from the Suvarnabhumi airport. City line to Makkasan station. Short well marked walk to Sukhumvit line. Pletchaburi station to Sukhumvit/Asoke transfer to ploenchit. Use exit 3 I hope I have the opportunity to stay here again

"They gave me FOOD POISONING"
Max M, 06 Juin 2016

I ordered the steak from room service and proceeded to have the worst night and flight home in my whole life. The only response from the staff was to offer to take the cost of the steak off my bill after I threw-up in the lobby bathroom. 0 out of 10, would not recommend to anybody!

"Location is nowhere.. strictly average"
Charu_Akash, 05 Juin 2016

Stayed for a day at Best Western on our way to Koh Samui. The locations is 15 min away from airport and is almost 40 min from Silom and Sukhamvit. The room rates were reasonable and room was decent (large, comfy beds, good bathroom). The breakfast spread was reasonable and they gave us an early checkin which was well appreciated. I think the location is neither here nor there. Its not that close to airport and is far from city. Otherwise not a bad place to stay for a few days.

"Top spot near Bumrungrad"
ando243, 04 Juin 2016

Stayed here due to its location across the road from Bumrungrad Hospital. Cost about $15USD to get here from the airport including hiway fees. Staff were friendly, the rooms well appointed and clean ,with a comfortable bed , modern appliances and the free wifi was fast. Breakfast was plentiful and of a good variety. I had dinner here as well and can recommend it . All up a great stay and would stay here again.

"Nice Hotel"
David S, 28 Mai 2016

I was in town for a physical at Bumrungrad hospital and this hotel is right across the street. Very convenient. The rooms are nicely appointed and the staff very attentive. The only problem with the room is that the shower door does not close completely and gets water all over the floor. Stay away from the Tasters restaurant. The Caesar salad I ate gave me gastrointestinal problems all night.

"Don't miss it if you can spend money "
Nanda W, 28 Mai 2016

Everything is great but they should add more meals for breakfast. It was too simple. Not so far from Hospital. It's better for persons who came for medical check up.Price can be a little bit higher than Skyy hotel which is 4 stars close to Best Western hotel.

"Good Stay"
Josh E, 26 Mai 2016

Upon arrival at the lobby, initial impression is cool. Room design was great. But, the clean modern minimalist design was marred by some dark patches. Breakfast at Restaurant was a good arrangement. It was buffet but the options are too limited to be enjoyed. The hotel is well located few minute walk to MTR. The staff are very professional and helpful. The hotel itself is fabulous. The bed is very very comfortable, you will enjoy your night. You can also have some drink at the rooftop swimming pool bar. This hotel is a very good experience of Bangkok!

"Value hotel"
San-big-mountain, 18 Mai 2016

This hotel is great hotel during my stay in Bangkok. The location is in the center of the town and the room that I stayed was wonderful and cleanliness was acceptable. Moreover, the staffs are friendly and helpful. I will be stay again if I visit Thailand.

"Good hotel but not close to attractions"
Neel M, 17 Mai 2016

Good hotel but it is not close to attractions. Good choice if you intend to remain outside the hotel entire day without making to-and-fro trips. Close to metro station and hence easy access to tourist attractions.

"Excellent"
UdonThaniPete, 14 Mai 2016

My second visit to the Best Western Premier, everything was great from check_in to check out, staff very courteous and given an upgraded room, the only small criticism was the breakfast, the food seemed sparse and did not grasp on how to cook a hard boiled egg, despite being asked for in Thai, apart from the breakfast all was good. I will return.

"Modern room and interior"
Gerardo R, 09 Mai 2016

The room was great and modern. I went to visit my friend, but did not sleep there. The room has chairs, queen size bed, flat screen tele, safe, closet, mini bar with refrigerator. The bathroom was great with modern fixtures. It was more than 5 minutes walk to the nearest BTS train station. The hotel is located along a side street away from the main road.

"Fantastic Service"
Daniel M, 08 Mai 2016

I had just flown in from Phuket on my return back to Johannesburg. My bag had broken on the flight and to cut a very long story short I was in a huge state of irritation and panic. On my arrival at the hotel I was warmly greeted and the staff insisted on helping me with everything and they gave me advice on where to get a good value for money bag and they even organised a cheaper taxi rate for me:). Hotels are very expensive in general and this hotel is very well priced and the service and comfort is impeccable. I look forward to my return in the near future.

"Very good hotel and very well priced"
anaeconda, 04 Mai 2016

We stayed at this hotel for a few days for a weekend vacation to bangkok. We received excellent service from the staff who always helped us with where to go, getting us taxi's, giving us change whenever we needed, helping us schedule appointments and everything. Kept very well maintained and clean and in a great location as well. Loved our stay.

"Very pleasant place for a stopover"
LindsayandSteve, 29 Avril 2016

Clean and spacious, with all the amenities. Breakfast is overpriced, I'd recommend heading out on the street to find some noodles :) However, if you wan the full western breakfast buffet, it's there. The pool and sun deck are lovely. Free shuttle service to and from the airport makes for a super easy stopover. If you have time to head into the city, a taxi to the nearest sky train station is about 125 bhat, and takes about 20 minutes, then the train takes another 30 or so minutes to the city from there.

"Nice stay, small touches appreciated"
Emma C, 29 Avril 2016

I originally booked in for one night in a standard room and was pleasantly surprised when I was upgraded to a Premier King room. This was a lovely room with a HUGE bed, bath, two televisions etc. I would recommend these rooms, as aside from lacking any view they are perfect and not affected by traffic noise. The second night that I ended up booking I was moved to a standard room and this too was nice, apples and drinking water were provided. The only let down was breakfast. Whilst I appreciated having a staff member on hand to cook eggs to order, I found the rest of the hot food disappointing and tasteless. The croissants and bread were of average quality and I felt there was a lot of room for improvement. The location is fantastic, with Bumrungrad mere seconds away and the soi being very quiet.

"A nice hotel very close to Bumrungrad hospital"
YorkielassEngland, 25 Avril 2016

I stayed at this hotel while my husband was in Bumrungrad hospital following an accident. It was the nearest hotel to the hospital and I found it a nice place to stay. The large rooms were spacious and clean though as its in a built up area there are no nice views. The pool area was very pleasant but there were no shaded areas or parasols and it was 38 degrees!! The staff were very friendly and helpful and all the meals I had in the restaurant were good and reasonably priced. There's a few 7 elevens nearby for drinks etc. I'm not sure I would choose this hotel if I was on holiday in Bangkok but for its proximity to the Bumrungrad hospital it was ideal for my needs.

"Good accommodation"
whitepointer, 22 Avril 2016

Super soft comfortable bed, everthything works well, modern rooms, lots of good cable channels, staff friendly, free tuk tuk service, rooftop bar with a swimming pool thats alwYs warm, fitness centre is good, decent wine list, late checkoit, at best an average breakfast. Lots of Arabs staying here. Staff are super helpful. I would stay here again

"Comfortable stay"
Alismith18181, 21 Avril 2016

Rooms are big with all the mod cons, the pool area is also spacious and cool. Located on Sukhumvit Soi 1, right in the heart of downtown, and very close to Bumrumgrad hospital. The breakfast was a little ordinary I thought, but in terms of value for money and overall standard, I have no complaints!

"Convenient and lovely"
ArtGirlNYC, 19 Avril 2016

My bf and I stayed here 2x's. The rooms are beautiful, not much of a view but that's to be expected in this area. The bed was a little on the soft side I thought but I slept fine on it. They provide you with 4 small bottles of water a day. It's down a small alley way/soi from the BTS Ploenchit stop which makes it convenient. Also lots of things near by/walking distance like 7/11's, massage places, restaurants, small shopping center. You can walk to the new Central Embassy Mall as well. Its a little difficult to walk around this area if you're not used to it bc the sidewalks are small and the side streets are narrow. The hotel has a free tuktuk that will take you down the street since its small and not the greatest walk which I find to be a nice service. The breakfast included was nice -we booked on Agoda, totally worth it bc they have western and thai food options, omelette station, lots of breads and good coffee, juices and fruits. I love the rooftop pool but ...its so hot up there I wish there were more shade to cover, no umbrellas and the furniture is beautiful wicker but the pool beds are not adjustable so if you wanted to lay a little more flat it can be weird, also if you want to flip over and lay on your front the back gets in the way. I love the rooftop bar -you can get good drinks -alcoholic, mocktails and also food service. The pool is clean and beach towels are available up there. The fitness room has 2 treadmills and 1 elliptical, a bike and some other basic weight machines. I liked that the cardio machines have TV hooked up so you can watch something while you work out also.

"Comfort and Convenience"
Mike L, 19 Avril 2016

As usual the staff are gracious, friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for those visiting Bumrungrad hospital and just far enough away from Sukhumvit to avoid the hustle and bustle of the main drag. Ploenchit BTS station is just 20 mins walk away.

"Ok hotel"
JesperS76, 29 Mars 2016

Nothing to complain about about the hotel - ok 4* but not more than that. Restaurant was not that great but we had some food when arriving. - the kitchen is open 24/7. The thing that really gave me a negative experience was the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel - the driver was from my point of view driving to fast and I felt at no time safe. - I have been driving 20 or 30 times in taxi I Thailand and Vietnam and have had no experience like this before. Use the 150 THB on a taxi instead.

"Loved It "
Swan P, 29 Mars 2016

Unfortunately I was only here for one night. They upgaded my room for me and it was spacious and clean. The interior of the hotel is beautiful and they have a rooftop pool and bar. They also have a free tuk tuk service that takes you to the BTS. The breakfast buffet is a bit small but very tasty. They cook your eggs fresh to order the way you want them. Wish I got to stay longer but my experience was a good one

"A good comfortable stay"
Mr_Murarka, 25 Mars 2016

it was a good comfortable stay at hotel with excellent room and courteous staffs. Only thing where i think needed attention was breakfast where the menu option for veg was not that great. But can be recommended to others.

"Good stay"
Adelina I, 17 Mars 2016

I stayed at this hotel for one night and i recommend it as it is close to airport. I had a late check in and left the hotel in the next morning. We were welcomed nice and had a welcome drink at the arrival. The stuff is helpful and professional and the hotel is very clean. I chosen a premier king bed room at 7'th floor. The room was spacious and clean, the decor was really nice. The bathroom had both a shower cabin and a hot tub.By choosing this type of room we had free minibar. Breakfast was good.

"Medical Treatment"
David B, 13 Mars 2016

I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights and would recommend it for location if you need to have medical treatment at Bumrungrad Hospital as is just a two minute walk. Also a 10 minute walk to the MRT and shops. Also, great value for money and very good service.

"very good hotel for short business trip"
indobudget, 13 Mars 2016

I stayed at this hotel during "Defense and Security 2015" for 3 nights. Overall it was a very good experience and exceeded our expectation. Pros : + Bedroom spacious, neat and clean. Bathroom clean + English speaking and friendly staffs + Business center works efficient (printing service, etc.) + Free internet connection in room (Wi-Fi) + Location near many local food stalls, cheap and tasty food available within walking distance. + Very good restaurant and chick design of the café both indoor and outdoor. Cons : - Location far away from the exhibition. Actually it is expected, so not a big problem. We rented a car and the car driver, Mr. Mohammad, was extremely professional and very helpful in some arrangements. - The surrounding is not best, but safe. Busy road in front of the hotel. - A lot of patients of the next door hospital staying here, so the ambience was not relaxed and a little bit depressing. All in short, I like my experience at Best Western Premier Sukhumvit Bangkok and would recommend it to anyone.

"Clean"
Gottachill, 09 Mars 2016

Shuttle to/from airport is a plus, Rooms clean great place to stay. Traveling by myself to meet friends, single girl felt safe. Staff is great. Overall will stay here again. Buffet in the morning is actually good. I've stayed at cheaper hotels, but this is very nice.

"Another stay"
HelenS7, 08 Mars 2016

This is my second visit to this hotel and nothing has changed. The standards are still high. The rooms are still spotless and the staff work to a high standard. This time I ate in the restaurant. The food was of excellent quality and priced sensibly. I will be back again.

"BESTEST Western!"
SonOfClovis, 08 Mars 2016

In short, the room was spotless, the service was excellent, the food better-than-good and the location unbeatable, short walk to BTS and RIGHT next door to Bumrungrad International Hospital (which explains the enormous amount of "medical tourists" about) and walking distance to many embassies. If in BKK for pleasure or business, and you don't feel like shelling out $300 for a comparable hotel, check out the Best Western Premier.

"Adventurers Location. Luxury Hotel"
ColinandKate007, 02 Mars 2016

We booked the Best Western because it was reasonably priced. We did well!! Its a beautiful hotel and really convenient for the sky train. If you are visiting for the first time (as we were) the sky train is the best way to get around Bangkok. Really easy and cheap. (I digress!). The Best Western Premier is fabulous, the rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and treat you like Kings and Queens. Breakfast was acceptable but opted for street market food literally just outside the door. There is a hospital opposite that uses the vendors and the food is brilliant. We would definitely stay in this hotel again when we return.

"No more than one night, thanks"
Pilvi, 28 Février 2016

I'm picky about the hotels and I have to say there was no much "premier" in this one. The room was quite decent and clean (and had a great bathtub!), but the view from the room was to what I would call a slum. Terrible, really. The lounge in the 7th floor was a joke. Cannot remember but hopefully I did not pay a whole lot of extra for it. The pool is small and located funnily at the very back of the hotel. The gym seemed ok to may. The breakfast was the worst I have had in ages in Thailand. Hardly ate anything. The shuttle to the airport worked well and the staff was friendly and doing a god job.

"Good service and location"
Boogie384, 24 Février 2016

We stayed one night here upon arrival and one night upon departure because of the proximity of the airport. Everything about this hotel was excellent--the room, the service and the restaurant. There is nothing of interest within walking distance; it is just a convenient place to be for airport access. We would stay here again, and we highly recommend it.

"Good Location and Nice Hotel"
Databaseking, 22 Février 2016

Hotel is within walking distance (about 10 minutes) to/from Phloen Chit BTS station, which is quite accessible to any major tourist attractions in Bangkok by BTS & MRT trains. Hotel staff were nice and showed good manner to hotel guests. The room is spacious and clean.

"great find, amazing value for money"
allan_y1965, 21 Février 2016

small and cozy hotel with courteous staff, clean and amazing facilities. i guess the size of the hotel made their service more personal. since we arrived just after midnight, we took the metered taxi from suvarnabhumi and the meter registered 221 baht. we had to add 50 baht surcharge and toll fees of about 65 baht(first toll 25 baht and second toll of 40 baht). the hotel was just right at the expressway exit. located near the back entrance of bumungrad(blahm loon glahd) hospital. about 300 meters to phloen chit bts station of the sukhumvit line. the hotel offers a tuktuk service to the corner of sukhumvit soi 1, which still gives you about a hundred meters walk to the bts station. aside from the included breakfast, food offered was surprisingly cheap and great. outside the hotel, you could find small restaurants and foodstalls if you opt to eat out of the hotel. since we had a 9 am flight back home and had to leave the hotel at 6 am, the concierge arrange our breakfast packed and arrange a taxi service for 500 baht (all in inclusive if toll fee) which i feel very reasonable. chose this hotel because of the high reviews and ratings it got. for a hotel with this standard, i find it cheap for about $45 dollars per night as i was able to book it about two months early.

"Decent property..Location not the Greatest!"
Jayeshkumar P, 20 Février 2016

Stayed here during Feb 2016..location is little far from main attractions and malls/markets..need to bargain hard for taxis(cheaper)and tuk-tuks(costly)to go anywhere..Rooms are big and clean..Breakfast is decent but lacks veg options..however hotel staff was cooperative enough to prepare a veg dish for us..Overall had a Good stay!

"Very good essentials & just yards from the Thailand International Medical Center ."
N-CalMary, 17 Février 2016

As an official weather wimp , sleeping in the tropical heat is a challenge but this Best Western had excellent AC so I was able to sleep well . Room cleanliness was what I've come to expect at their USA properties . As a plus , the shower also had an overhead 'rain' style head in addition to the regular . I really liked it . The staff was super nice and very efficient. As to location , this is just a few yards from Thailand's International Medical Center / Bumrungrad . . . the premier medical center on the planet . You can leave your room & be at any of a 1000 doctors offices in minutes .

"Nice hotel but poor location"
Paul3456, 15 Février 2016

This is a solid 3.5 star hotel located next to Bumrungrad Hospital. If you are visiting the hospital the location is great, otherwise not so good. Staff was great, especially during breakfast in the restaurant. Room was modern with an excellent shower with plenty of hot water and water pressure. Hotel is totally non-smoking. Hotel was frequented by many Chinese but this may have been due to the Chinese New Year. I would not stay here again due to its location.

"Would I stay again NO"
johnBP, 13 Février 2016

Breakfast was cheap sausage poor quality bacon appeared to be a good selection but poor quality. Coffee was good if you want fruit for breakfast then OK. The best Staff were in the Breakfast room & bar. Free tuk tuk was not available when requested a lady receptionist had poor knowledge of the local area unable to order a taxi when requested. waited 5 minute for her to decide quicker to walk or I needed a taxi. information in hotel directory requires more information about the hotel facilities Would I stay again No Paid the maximum price & i noticed a commission of $1296 Thai Baht, Paid to booking.com, not good for a site that claims no extra charges. True not directly to you from booking but you pay the hotel they give to Booking Sneaky will certainly check other sites before using again. WiFi very slow a seed of 1.5MB ridiculous for Bangkok when very high speeds in excess of 50MB are available & the signal was poor . the Bumrungrad hospital is very close ideal if you want to go to the hospital.

"Big and Beautiful Room"
Ravi S, 11 Février 2016

We went as a family of 4 ppl and shared 2 bedrooms. The rooms were really big and spacious and was quite clean and good. The beds were very convenient and cozy. The staff were very pushy in selling their packages and did not give proper response to questions if we had booked an outside package tour!! The breakfast was light and simple, not flooded with too many items where it becomes difficult to choose. Also conveniently breakfast starts at 6 30 making it easy for Travelers who have their tours at 7 am!!! Overall a good experience and would not mind to stay again given a chance!!!

"Great Hotel"
Britney W, 04 Février 2016

This hotel was very good, all staff spoke English and there were very western breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Rooms were very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. Concierge and reception was very helpful not only with problems in the hotel but getting around Bangkok. They have a free tuk tuk to the main road which makes getting to the sky train easier. Although it is down a little alleyway so our taxi driver had some trouble locating. There are 7-Elevens about 2 minutes up from it which is very convenient and a few decent restaurants within walking distance.

"Near to famous hospital, not in convenient location for tourist"
Jess C, 19 Janvier 2016

The hotel just next to the famous Bumrungrad hospital in Bangkok, the traffic is busy during day time. It is quite far from the BTS Station even though the hotel provide the shuttle service but it just send you to the intersection. The room is spacious and look luxurious, but the price is not worth to stay with, especially for tourist. It give me an impression that the hotel served as a purpose for the foreigner that seek treatment at the hospital.

"Nice way to end a trip in a chaotic city"
Jamo87, 14 Janvier 2016

Got a free upgrade to a suite which was great apart from the fact that the bathroom fixtures were in disrepair. Best bed we had in Thailand. Bath was very welcome too. Don't let the location put you off. Tidy breakfast included within the price. Use über in Bangkok, much much cheaper than metered cabs, tuktuks and motor bike taxis.

"Not worth it"
JJ C, 13 Janvier 2016

This hotel has nice rooms and a comfortable bed, but this does not justify a stay here. I paid between 2700 and 3000 THB per night and I felt that it was the higher limit I would pay for this hotel. There are better options at this price range. Room 417: it has a damp smell, maybe from the carpet or plumbing. When you enter in the room, especially if the aircondition is off, it hits you. Extremely dirty under the bed (I had to pick up something my kid put under and I saw the rubbish!! and the dust. I challenge the manager to have a look as well. The wall up near the rainshower has mold. The breakfast was average. No fresh orange juice. The restaurant is small and it gets crouded. Marmelade sits exposed for hours and bakery items lay at the entrance very low where everybody is passing from. I do not think health regulations are met. Lunch and dinner were very good. I find it unacceptable to serve only Voss water which is far too expensive, with the only alternative being the hotel's reverse osmosis water. Same thing for the mini bar. You shoud have a normal cheap Thai natural mineral water available for sale. Soi 1 is one of the dirtiest in Sukhumvit. The rooms have not nice views. It is not a hotel that could make me relax and feel like I am on holidays. Next door is Bumrungrad hospital, which you can see next to you from the rooftop as well. It's a hassle to go with a car towards the Siam direction. You cannot turn right as you arrive at the main road. We wanted to go to the Embassy shopping mall and the tuk tuk refused. Said only till the main road. However, on paper they write till BTS Ploenchit which happens to be where the Embassy is found. Asked for a taxi and they called some friend? with a normal car to take us for 100 THB. I think there is no control of the people who work at the entrance. Some staff members are very kind, like our maid (it's the housekeeping manager's fault what I previously mentioned about the room) and a few people at the reception. The staff in the restaurant I did not like.

"Great room, delicious breakky & awesome rooftop pool"
Elle_C_111, 03 Janvier 2016

The room was very big & luxurious, I loved the rooftop pool with bar! The pool is big enough to do laps. The breakfast that was included was so extensive & delicious!! All the staff is friendly. 1 little glitch; when we ordered a massage in the room something went wrong so we did not get it. But there's enough massage places in the street so we went there in stead.

"Great value for money, modern and well run hotel"
James_Parker2015, 03 Janvier 2016

Great and clean hotel, i would recommend it to anyone. Staff in Thailand are friendly as always, but their English is average and if things go wrong (forget about it) most wont know what to do. Beds are a bit soft but I think that's normal in Thailand, rooms are large, really beautiful roof top bar and pool. every level smells fantastic. Carpets are clean. IF you are planning to use taxis in that area, just don't , download My Taksi app and get one on meter. Just about all taxis (who have their private cars) will over charge you. To get to the airport you be looking at 350 to 400 inclusive all tolls. Good internet not the best at times but good enough.

"Great location if you want to visit Bumrungrad."
Dan755, 28 Décembre 2015

The room was big, the shower was amazing, the proximity to food was fabulous. The room was really modern and you knew you were getting good bang for your buck. The staff were helpful and willing to help you with any travel arrangements.

"Recommended for hospital visit"
FJ_FeliciaJean, 24 Décembre 2015

If you have plan to visit Bumrungrad hospital, this hotel will be the first one to be recommended. It's so close. The reception staff is so friendly and welcoming and fast response. The only thing that trouble me is the king bed that we use on the room. Kinda makes my back hurts because it's too old and mushy (like too many guest use it already). But overall it's good.

"COMFORTABLE AND AFFORDABLE BKK AIRPORT HOTEL"
Erick T, 15 Décembre 2015

This was an excellent airport hotel for one night given our early morning departure PROS: Quick and painless checkin; Large room with adequate layout; Adequate fitness center; Average wifi strength; Friendly staff; Excellent shuttle service to airport; Competively priced. CONS: Mediocre food quality; Worn furniture -- needs an update; Bottom line -- I would stay here again but only for one evening if I had another early flight

"Very Comfortable and well equipped"
Dave W, 07 Décembre 2015

My Thai wife and I stayed in Bangkok for 1 night at the end of the Loy Krathong festival and chose the Best Western Premier in Sukhomvit Soi 1 due to it's proximity to local amenities in the centre of Bangkok. It turned out that we didn't even leave the hotel! We got an upgrade on arrival (my wife Nan is 7 months pregnant) and we were very pleased to see that we had been put into one of the best rooms with a small kitchenette, large lounge area with sofas and TV, a just as large bedroom again with flat screen TV, then the bathroom which had a separate shower and toilet and the bath was huge and deep, like a sensory deprivation tank! The porter showed us how to use all the appliances, AC controls, touch light switches, checked the contents of the fridge, and deserved his tip. (BTW previous reviews about the staff 'expecting' tips is wrong - I only tip for good service and his manners were impeccable). Nan was pretty tired so I went for a swim in the rooftop pool (remember to tap your card on the sensor in the lift and press 'R' for roof as this isn't immediately clear). Free towels are available from the bar, which is also reasonably priced and you can get snacks. I always take a mask and snorkel on breaks specifically to practice breath control swimming and I did a quick 50 lengths of what I thought was a 10 metre pool only to pace it afterwards and find it was 14 good strides - dammit! It's also only 1.2 metres (4 feet) deep full length so it's pretty safe, even for kids. The bed was really comfortable and Nan was fast asleep when I got back. There's a good choice of TV channels, but the highlight was the bath. I've only ever seen one as deep as this at one of the more famous hotels in Qatar while on business, and I spent a good hour literally floating my aches away, reading a book. Normally we go out to a nice restaurant in Sukhomvit Soi 11 but we decided to give the restaurant on the ground floor a try. We were told straight away that we could dine from the same menu in the bar area at a 20% discount so we decided to eat in the garden area at high tables. We both ordered steak (Sirloin for Nan, Fillet for me), both were cooked to perfection, the veggies were crisp, the beer was cold and the barman was very attentive. Nan's mint tea was served in a cute teapot and my beer was served in a cold tall glass. The cheesecake with ice cream was excellent too and the whole meal (which was top notch) cost just under 2,000 baht which I thought deserved a decent tip as well. All in all, it was a great stay, we'll definitely be coming back!

"Very affordable hotel, close to Bumrungrad, the SkyTrain, and shopping."
JoshuaandMelissa, 27 Novembre 2015

We spent our last five days in Bangkok here, while still visiting some family. Given the affordable price, we were blown away by the quality of this hotel, which is relatively new. It's very close to everything, particularly the famed Bumrungrad International Hospital (where I was hospitalized for food poisoning from the nearby Majestic Grande back in 2009, and where we had to take my daughter this trip for a cold - truly a great place for medical care). The hotel itself is set back about a 5-minute walk from Sukhumvit, but there is quite a bit to do on the street itself. Lots to eat, four 7-11s within 3 minutes, several massage places, and a good number of laundry joints (don't have the hotel do your laundry, the local entrepreneur does a much better job at a great price). The hotel offers free tuk-tuk rides to the end of the block, but we only used it once, despite traveling with our 17-month-old daughter. The service at the hotel was excellent. I'd especially like to compliment the 6th-floor housekeeping staff, who just loved my daughter (perhaps because we taught her to wai before the trip). Our room was always clean. Also, the breakfast buffet was a worthwhile add-on. We used room service quite a bit, and the quality and prices were reasonable. We saw the rooftop pool and bar, which looked cool for the young set, but didn't seem a great place for families, so we didn't use it. We will almost definitely stay here next time.

"Good hotel not so soft people"
Balaji S, 21 Novembre 2015

Rooms are good and clean. Very good for people going on medical tourism. However the front office manager was not so polite when we checked in. Probably his check out time after hectic day maybe. Was focuses on his statement and was not ready to listen to us. It could be one of my experience but service industry need is to listen. Anyway neat restaurant and good stay. Close to nana station just about 15 minutes walk.

"Surprisingly good"
Aljoscha H, 17 Novembre 2015

Located in a walking distance to mostly all what the Sukhukmvit street has to offer the hotel offers great service, beautiful rooms, great design and a wonderful breakfast. Loved the friendliness of all the staff. Just the direct surrounding wasnt that nice with no good views and a hospital next door. Bedised that we had a great time there.

"Conveniently located close to all shopping destinations and malls"
Abhijit G, 16 Novembre 2015

It's located in Soi 1 at a very peaceful lane away from crud and traffic but with in 1.5 km from all shopping malls. Sky train is 7 mins walk. Breakfast spread could have been better with some more choices. Overall a good vfm hotel.

"Good room"
anNGO, 12 Novembre 2015

The room was nice, pool area OK, service at the fronds as well the bellboys was quick and good. The front desk was very polite and helpful. Sukhumvit soi 1 is in a way in the middle of everything. When you walk up to the corner soi 1 and Sukhumvit you then can turn either left or right. If you turn right you then have a walk of 10min+ down to all of the big shopping malls of BKK, and if you turn left and then walk for just a few minutes you then have the whole strip of market stalls along side Sukhumvit all the way up to soi 15.

"Very Clean with a wonderful, courteous and helpful staff"
Gary B, 07 Novembre 2015

We spent three days here while doing medical checkups at Bumrungrad Hospita. The room was very nice and spacious. The shower had a small problem and within minutes a new shower head was installed. The free breakfast was another great plus. I would strongly recommend this property.

"Perfect if you visiting Bumungrad"
travelmore4u, 06 Novembre 2015

This property is clean and the rooms are spacious. If you are heading to Bumrungrad and just need a convenient dependable place to put your bags and sleep then this is perfect place. I noticed one of the reviewers mentioned "This one is about 10 minutes from the airport with a free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes" but that was not my experience. I booked this room at the last minute and when I asked if the hotel could arrange a pick up from the airport they said they needed 1 to 2 days advanced notice to do this. However it is easy to take a taxi. I stayed 2 nights and didn't spend much time in the room. The walls are thin and you can hear other rooms TV programs but I slept well in the fabulous beds. Breakfast was great for me but it depends on what you need for a good breakfast. Some of the items available are fresh fruit, salads, yogurt, bread, baked goods, jam, peanut butter, fruits, noodle dishes, luncheon meats, bacon, sausage, and a variety of eggs as well as a choice of juices, coffee, and tea. I think the star of breakfast is the amazingly friendly "egg lady." As you are getting your breakfast she asks what kind of eggs you would like and does a great job making sure you get what you want. There is a small rooftop pool and a workout facility. I would stay here again if I needed an overnight place to stay or was visiting Bumrungrad.

"One of the best Best Western"
Scrambler2, 30 Octobre 2015

i was surprised at how new this Best Western was. Everything was clean and efficient and very quiet I used this hotel as a layover hotel as I was travelling on to Koh Samui the next day. The hotel is a 10 minute taxi ride from Suvarnabhumi BKK airport. The room is very clean and new, spacious, good bed, good bathroom and shower. Ok price for this standard hotel. Recommended as a layover hotel or if you have a hospital appointment. Excellent WIFI. I would not recommend it as a base for visiting Bangkok city as it is too far out.

"Great place to stay, nice staff and great breakfast"
MissEAB, 30 Octobre 2015

Stayed here at the beginning and end of our Thailand vacation. The hotel is very nice and trendy, with comfortable rooms and accommodating staff. We got in very late and were allowed to order and eat our room service dinners at the bar, as we had just missed last call- very appreciated! The breakfast had more than enough options; staff were always helpful and friendly.

"Great quiet stay in middle of Bangkok"
enad0550, 28 Octobre 2015

Great place. Nice, well kept rooms and great service. We checked in late and they had everything ready for us. The breakfast buffet is also really nice with lots of options. We were able to sleep great with no noise whatsoever in the hotel or outside of it. Definitely recommend this place.

"Not friendly to tourists"
GourmandV, 27 Octobre 2015

The location is fine if you need to visit the nearby hospital but is a bit of a walk to the nearest BTS station and to the nearest mall, Central Embassy. Some of the staff were friendly but generally was not accommodation. For example: one room is allocated one umbrella, and when we requested for another to borrow during a rainy day we were simply told "No"; when we requested room service to borrow a plate and knife, the answer was "No", then after repeated requests, was told we could for an "equipment rental" charge. The buffet breakfast was reasonable with a small variety (compared to other major Bangkok hotels) and the staff at the restaurant were very good. There is a free hotel tuktuk to bring you to the nearby BTS station but with the heavy mostly standstill traffic on that small lane most of the time, it is faster to walk. Will not stay at this hotel ever again.

"Great hotel some 50 meters from Bangkok's famous Bumrungrad Hospital"
Caris25, 11 Octobre 2015

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights during my most recent visit to Bangkok. The 'boutique' hotel, a modern building with contemporary design and furnishings is in a great location and has some superb big rooms. I had a big king bed in mine with nice seating arrangement and long counter to work on (with plenty of sockets) snd storage space, cable TV and a small size bathroom (with a nice shower) and all the amenities of a five star hotel (safe deposit, coffee/tea making facilities, excellent black out curtains and great wifi (restricted to two appliances). The side of where my room was located (of the eight story building) was very close to other buildings so there were no views from my room. The breakfast was very good and I loved the freshly cooked vegetable omelettes. I also had the opportunity to have dinner at the hotel which was also well prepared and served. The staff are outstanding always helpful and kind. I found the hotel prices very competitive and great value.Highly recommended for your next visit to Bangkok.

"Quick Transit Stay"
BluesTraveler75, 08 Octobre 2015

This one is about 10 minutes from the airport with a free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. I was really impressed with the value of the hotel. The service was good, clean all the way around, and the rooms were spacious. Great stopover hotel. I would highly recommend.

"Hospital check up at Bumrungrad "
Kyaw W, 04 Octobre 2015

I stay from 29th to 7th oct 2015. My Father was hospitalised for 2 days. We chose this hotel because it is very close with Bumrungrad hospital, so we chose this hotel. We stay with King bed when we arrived but not convenient so we request to change with double bed room. First they said you can change on 2nd oct night but when I get to the reception counter said because of full occupies and you can only move on 4th oct but happen like previous we can't move on that day too and they change to 6th but not sure yet. I will update. Now I post the photos which is the roof bar. The service was very bad and the waiters face look mad. The food is quite good. Some of the staffs are good.

"Very nice hotel"
ANDREA S, 27 Septembre 2015

We stayed in this hotel because of the perfect location so close to bumrungrad hospital (which is by the way a great hospital). Because the hotel is only 2min walk away it was perfect. The rooms are very nice and huge. But unfortunately the ventilation of the bathroom didnt work and the air in the room got a little bit masty. The breakfast was good but could be better organized according to so many hotel guests. Anyway the hotel and the staff is very good!!

"Bell desk..."
Hiro Y, 27 Septembre 2015

Bell desk guy arranged us the cheating non meter cab for us however we just wanted a regular meter one.It might be nothing wrong for this level of the middle class hotel service.Actually I am very disappointed and felt something lack of his sincerity for the bell service.Overall service impression is good, but their cost performance is a bit question for the rate.Room is clean n simple but location is not convenient.10min away from BTS.

"Clean, comfortable, next to Burmugrand Hospital "
taniel78, 19 Septembre 2015

Clean, modern and comfortable hotel with decent-size rooms. 10 minute walking distance to the nearest BTS, though the road may feel a bit dark and dingy at night. Cab drivers can easily identify the hospital as a landmark, so it is easier to tell them about the hospital than the hotel (Bangkok has plenty of hotels anyway). Not as easy to get a cab from the hotel, but the bellboy can halt one for guests. Breakfast place is small with limited seating, but food is decent and adequate. Can be a base to explore Bangkok.
