The services service was very good, and helpful, even before check-in day was helpful. A strategic location near the mall and destination. The breakfast is delicious, especially the pastry. Good stayfor business trip. But might be tricky for family staycation, 2 lifts are surely slowing down movement, esp if you are with teenagers with thin patience and want to move around Bandung. Room is good, though. Recommended.

There's a lot of food type in the hotel from asia, western, and nusantara. The restaurant was a cozy place to eat and don't forget about the croissant is amazing. For the room there's a lot of type here but the most cozy is executive double deluxe because the room is pretty big, fluffy pillow, comfy bed and a lot amenities. There's a bathtub too. What a great experience to Staycation in Best Western La Grande Premier.

Morning breakfast delicious n i like the sushi and indomie corner. The staff very helpfull and frendly nice city and mountain view very close with 2 mall. Bip and bec. My children very like pool with warm water.

Excellent place located in city center. What I loved about this place is its warm swimming pool. Friendly staffs as well. Breakfast was excellent, me and my kids were enjoyed staying here. Surely gonna be back here always. FYI, I almost spend nearly 20 days a year in this hotel :)

I celebrate my wedding anniversary with my wife and it was excellent!! We got delicious cake and decoration. Staff also helpful, they willing to bring our bags into our room. Breakfast also good, many options to eat

We stayed at Best Western La Grande three times this year for at least one week each stay. And many times before Covid. The location in the middle of Bandung near BIP and BEC is still great. The rooms and bathroom are generally okay but some of the rooms need renovations soon. Some carpets or walls are dirty and old but in general The pool is heated and under a roof so it's nice even on rainy or colder days. most of the gym facilities & equipment is actually useable. Breakfast choice is good, but was better in the last years.

Best Western Premier La Grande Hotel is very strategic location because the location which in the middle of the Bandung City. We can go to the Bandung Indah Plaza by walk and also go to the Soes Merdeka. Near the hotel there is laundry station so we can do laundry easily. The swimming pool is small.

Three years ago we stayed at this hotel. This year we decided to stay here once again. The location is in the center of the city, less than 20 minutes from the train station and airport. It's also close by shopping mall. The room was nice, comfortable, and lux. The staffs were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. My favorite hotel in Bandung!

Hotel does not have parking space so they offer valet because guests have no option other than to use the valet service. We gave the car to valet driver only to find our car cannot be started the morning after. Apparently the valet driver did not turn off the car correctly so the car battery was drained and thus cant be charged. We gave explanations on how to turned off the car correctly but they claimed it was the security who drove the car, which is a worse excuse. They should have contacted our room to ask how to turn the car off but they did not. Note that we have given our car to the valet at this hotel the night before and it was fine, so it was not a first time valet experience with this car. In the end, a servwe have asked the hotel to be responsible and cover the car battery change expense, but they said no authorized manager is available. Arrival experience also sucks due to this no parking space situation, lobby was super small so everything is jammed. In the end we think this is a management failure on designing the valet system. It was very irresponsible of them. Costing us hours of time. Totally horrible experience.

I disapointed during my stay here, they gave me only one bath towel, and day two after back from work, I wanted to enter my room, the key didn't work, they said it happened often because erorr system. The staff weren't friendly enough. I won't stay here anymore in the future

The room spacious was big enough, they provide my request for high floor (bout 12 or 13th fl). We booked 4 rooms, they don't provide connecting door, but or rooms was side by side. The breakfast was excellent, the taste, the menu variations. The parking spot since it's mixed with the apartment residences, so quite hard to arrange the parking. We missed the Paris Van Java mall, we found it when we leave the hotel, since the exit parking was behind that mall. But it's ok we visit Bandung Indah Plaza & found a nice Suki/Steam boat resto (we forget the name)

In the middle of town, great view, nearby Braga and surrounded by restaurant and great pedestrian. This is business hotel with small lobby and simple cozy room. I stayed at 11th floor and there was no leak noise from busy traffic below or from front mall.

location was good. The room was nice. The staffs are great, very helpful and nice. Happy that my honeymoon arrangements request was fullfiled. Dont forget to use the free vallet while staying since the parking lot is quite crowded.

The location is right in the city center, close to various business centers and supporting facilities for daily needs, including shopping malls, minimarkets, electronic centers, Gramedia, etc. The service is very good (friendly starting from the front desk). In general, hygiene and adherence to health protocols are also good. The breakfast menu is quite complete and tastes quite good. The bedrooms are spacious and quite comfortable. The bathroom was also quite good. Few of the 4-star hotels in Bandung provide smoking room floors (including smoking room facilities on each floor). One very annoying drawback is, this hotel is not friendly for those of you who come by car, because the circulation and parking capacity are very inadequate (when you return to the hotel at 10 pm only, it will not be very difficult to find a parking space for your car). However, overall I am quite satisfied with this hotel.

Best Western La Grande located in a very strategic location which made us easy to go anywhere around city of Bandung. If you bring your own car, they have vallet facility with a very agile staff. The receptionist was very polite and friendly. The room was really well designed and clean so it made us comfortable to spend the night in the Hotel. Thank you for the splendid experience!

Me and wifey spent 2 nights for short getaway celebrate my bday. Check in/out process fast, staff asked for deposit money if you want extra access card key. Room is quite spacious at this price. At first, we asked to change linen because we found some dirty on pillow etc,and quickly housekeeping staff came to our room to change it.Main course at breakfast serves cold,IDK why,but they serve many option for breakfast,taste is so-so. Pool supposed to be warm water but when I swim in is not warm at all,according to staff,because they just ran pool maintenance. For parking, it has valet parking service, you can pay as you wish for the service, perhaps actually it's free. I arrived at 10 am and I just wanted to put my luggage. But instead, they even gave me early check in and my room was upgraded. Thank you! Check in process was fast. The room was big and clean. Hot water was so nice. Breakfast was great.

Check in before 12 noon, lucky am i get room early and no charges. Get free Vallet and free parking, Funny warm pool make my kid so happy also have a good food ( Tomyum and Fetucini ). Large Room with a spacious bath tub, amenities during pandemic just call if needed and all free.

stayed for 1 nigth 16 - 17 December 2020 we booked 2 rooms, all staff very nice, good location near with mall, breakafst very good i like all stall, have a taste and my children enjoy swim at the hotel

Its located in the city centre of Bandung, for a 4stars hotel the lobby is quite small, and the parking space is limited even in the basement. Facilities are okay, there is swimming pool and gym but not too big. The room is spacious with 29 sqm, the bathroom also quite big and clean. I love the view, facing to bandung city centre with mountain background.

Stayed for 1 night, the staff well-trained, easy check-in and out, healthy protocol all area, breakfast is good, the only cons was the limited parking space, and very tight space for the vehicle to manuver around parking space at basement

We booked 3 rooms and 4 nights (02-06 July). Big rooms and good location BUT a small parking area. My family checked in first and I joined on the second day. I came to the reception desk and greeted by a male receptionist which I have found out to be a Supervisor. I asked my room which was under my sister in law's name. He followed the procedure which was impressed me by not giving the complete name of her, though I do not like the way he explained to me, looked so arrogant. In the next few hours, my family and I entered the elevator and the Supervisor joined us which was not supposed to be as it was occupied for only 5 people due to physical distancing. He did not follow the health protocol. I was a bit pissed off remembering the strict he had shown me at the reception desk in the first place. On the 5th of July, my brother and his wife were trapped in the back elevator going down to the basement to the parking area. He pushed the emergency and alarm button and someone was responding by saying "Iya tunggu sebentar ya". In the next 5 minutes, the elevator's door opened but no one was there. They reached the reception desk and complained about the bad experience they had. And the female receptionist was just saying "Oh iya, maaf ya pa, bu. That's it!!! No empathy and curiosity about what happened. 4 stars hotel?? Well, yes, other BW hotels such as Bali, Jakarta, Perth, or other countries were good and satisfied with the services. The Front Office Team need to be trained. Smiling was not just enough if cannot handle the guests well. The Security and Housekeeping were good and friendly. After all, we will probably not come back here again.

At the time of our last minute booking, this was 4-star hotel with the lowest room only price (< IDR 300,000) we could find in Bandung. The receptionist served us well. The superior room is spacious (29m2) and quite clean. The wifi of the hotel was not password protected. We could not use some of hotel facilities due to Covid-19 situation. The hand sanitizers were provided in the hotel lobby, lifts and in hotel room hallway. One factor that surely deter us to stay again is narrow and limited parking lots of this hotel. Fortunately, it was not normal situation and not in the weekend, so we still got one lot in Basement 2.

no satellite tv, no checkpoint for body heat in the middle of covid pandemi (THIS ESSENTIAL), no delivery item to the room, so i have to pick up my item in lobby. and again I HATE NO SATTELLITE TV!!!!

We were arrived very late in dusk and turn to Saturday morning we circled to the deepest basement to find parking space but it was full then we just ask the security to park it. They upgrade the room for us. Thank you. The pool has a warm water but i think they have schedule for it. Anyway the lobby was small and too close with the entrance door, i can not imagine if family check in at the same time during weeked. I believe they have strategy for it. Across the hotel you find one of the early mall in Bandung, BIP and by walking distance you can visit the major office with historical building architectur as well. Its very easy to go everywhere and many street vendor and culinary around the hotel. Good place to stay.

Totally love the location, that's one. There are two malls within walking distance, not to mention a huge Gramedia nearby (I always need extra stationery!). It is also very close-distance to the train station, so travelling from other cities is not a problem. The staff are all very helpful and kind. They gave fast response even to the littlest thing (I kind of overheard it from other guests) and solve the requested assistance in a quick pace (which we all love). And the food!!! Everything is lovely and taste wonderful. I love the Sundanese set up they have around, yet the range of food is still very wide and complete. The breakfast is fresh (which is a rare find) and I love how the restaurant staff is very helpful throughout my dining experience.

Would love to come back again! Overall excellent! The service is very good. Bed for twin room is big, fit for 4 people in 1 room. Breakfast? I found sushi & kimchi which can't found in several hotel when breakfast. The variant of the food is many. You could find Mie Kocok Bandung and another traditional food from Bandung also while breakfast. Add 180,000 per pax for this breakfast. You will asked about your review while eating. This means that this hotel will improve more and more when i'm back here again someday:))

Bandung has incredibly bad traffic--in my view, it is worse than Jakarta. So choose a hotel near where you have to be. In my case, it was chosen for me. Although a short walk to my meeting, it's 10-15 minutes by car because of the one-way roads. The hotel has an awkward entrance. But once past the narrow lobby, after waiting for the slow lift, you are welcomed into a well-proportioned room. I had a good view and the room was cosy for sleep. Breakfast was pretty generous but leaned more towards Indonesian cuisine. I did get to the mall across the road. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Our family had a two-night stay here during Christmas break. Great location. In between two malls (BIP and BEC). And close to Jl Riau where all Factory Outlets located. Check in was easy. Room was spacious and comfy. However, the hotel only got 2 elevators servicing all 21 floors! So getting down to breakfast/lobby/pool and back up to your room can be a nightmare during peak time (between 7-9 am). Swimming pool was heated but too small to accommodate guests during that peak holiday period. On the plus side, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking space is limited, but we got lucky always able to selfpark near the lobby then leave our key with the reception. Overall we had a good stay as it was very close to shopping malls. Note that there was a yummy bubur ayam at the back of the hotel (bubur ayam kang amid). So we ended up having breakfast there two days in a row.

We were disappointed for our stay here. It has a poor bathroom with slow flow water. Its breakfast has limited choice while some rooms have strong smell of cigarette. The good things are its location near shopping and restaurants. But for the low price it is fine.

5 minutes walk to BEC (famous electronic and computer mall), 2 minutes walk to factory outlet and Bandung Indah Plaza, KFC, McD etc. very convenient, unfortunately their swimming pool, gym and spa are very small

It is a common that if hotel has been running for 3-4 years the services were not as expected as previous one.I have been stayed in this hotel many times and I feel that the quality of service should be maintained, such as the quality of the bed and the communication of front desk.

(+) Room size was good and pleasant for the deluxe room. And we have a beautiful view. Checkin prosess is very fast. Friendly staff. (-) no one can help for bring my laguage. Because there are no concierge standby. Dirty towel.

I have a chance to visit Bandung and stayed at Best Western for the first time. It was amazing experience and beyond my expectation. During my first arrival, the staff greet me very warm and say thanks to Robbi that genuinely assist me for check in. And he explained many good places to visit in Bandung and I appreciate your recommendations. He is very knowledgable and very helpful. I had great room and quite spacious compare with other hotel in Bandung. Near to shopping complex and many restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and again the staffs made the hotel different with others. Another thank you notes to Firman that helped me for finding a charger when my phone was off. the hotel location is in the heart of the town 30 minute to get to the airport and 10 minute to the central train station. booking this hotel is very easy ,me was booked from traveloka and only show the litenary to the staff they gave me the room under 10 minute...excelent!!!

Im staying with families for vacation, the location of this hotel is very nice in the center, but this hotel have very limited parking space, dont choose this hotel if you go by car, the breakfast is very standard, you only have limited option and the worst if you bring childreen it will be charge by the hotel, because the hotel only allowed 2 person to go in for breakfast, here im attaching the pics for you to rethink again to stay at this hotel for family vacation

This hotel has quite nice room, and amazing location! Basically that's the only good thing about this hotel. Spacious room, comfortable bed, extremely lousy lighting at night. The worse shower..... and the hot water you can use it to boiled an eggs. Extremely thin wall, but good isolation from the busy traffic outside. Kinda funny when u think about it. My biggest problem is with the room service. Honestly I don't expect too much with hotel's room service..... when I ordered my food, the girl answer my call. I ordered mie goreng (Indonesian fried noodles). She specifically asked me how I like my egg. I specifically told her I'd like my egg runny. I also ask her to count how much my total bill, because I'd like to pay cash. She told me that she's gonna call me back. First of all when the food arrived, the egg is totally cooked, and she never calls me back with my bill. I called her back and ask, and on the of that, she quoted me wrong calculation. My God..... I'm speechless........ Overall the room is quite comfortable and I'll be back. I might not order room service anymore.

I totally love this hotel, I think it is one of the best in Bandung. The location is great, the room was spacious, the gym facilities are complete and their nice swimming pool with warm water. Pros: + The hotel is located right in the center of the city, so if you are ever looking for food, it is very easy to find it; + The room I was in was rather big and comfortable, the big arm chair addition was a nice touch; + My room was located in the 17th floor with a nice view of the roads and buildings below me; + Though there was no sanitary bag in my toiletries, it sufficed my bathroom-related needs. The toilet/bathroom is quite spacious as well. Cons: - The lobby is quite small Overall my stay in the hotel was pleasant without any significant complains.

+ The wide spread selection of breakfast which are mainly Sundanese food i.e. the typical local dishes u can see it at the roadside for tourists to have a taste of the local food. Unfortunately no vegetarian food save that u can have cereal if u could take milk or the breads/ local desserts which are all made of eggs. Taking Grab/ GOJEK around the city costs between IDR15,000 to IDR40,000 assume u go further like restaurants in Dago area. - The access card will be reset almost everyday and u gotta go to the reception to reactivate it. The room service staff could mess up your toiletries like throwing away your toothbrushes or put all your toothbrushes into 1 cup which u can't recognize which is which.

Booked 3 room and stayed during Eid holiday with family. With the hectic situation at checked-in time but the Reception able to accommodate my request (rooms next to each other) the room is comfortable, and our family loved the heated pool. Only the car park is limited even they have basement but still can not accommodate when the hotel full house.

Nice hotel, clean and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast is very nice. We only did not like to have (or attempt to) have dinner in the hotel. We came to the restaurant around 17:00. Since there were no other guests we asked if it was already possible to eat here. The staff said this was possible. We ordered drinks, which we got after 15 minutes. We asked for a glass without ice cubes but still got a glass with ice cubes. We asked if they could bring us one without ice, but the waitress never returned. And no-one came to us thereafter or ever showed up with a menu, even though we asked if we could eat there. After half an hour, with some unsuccessful attempts to wave to the waiters for attention, we left.

We stayed for a night and had a room with windows overlooking the south side of the city. The room itself was spacious I would say, with an armchair and a coffee table by the window, perfect for my morning coffee. The room is decorated in a contemporary style, with earthy colors and floral patterns here and there. Design-wise, I did not find the room super special but at least, it was comfortable and in-room amenities functioned properly. The bathroom was quite big and the shower area wasn't claustrophobic. No objection from me. Located in Merdeka area, everything is within a walking distance. Shopping malls like BIP and BEC are just 2 minutes away from the premises by walk. City Hall Park is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

This is one of the best hotel in Bandung and in the middle of Bandung City. Hotel location is very stategic and very near to most interesting place in Bandung. Breakfast was great with many type of local foods.

I was join member because i already spent couple days before in best western bandung and i'm happy with that. After i already a member, my 1st experience is very bad. I already booked with non smooking room, but i feel very deep smoke in my room 1506 and also in 15 floor. I got change to 1206, but still feel bad.... light smoke, but still feels like non smooking room. I have allergy with smoke and sensitive, so i cannot sleep well for 3 days stay. Very bad as a new member

What's good about this hotel are the rooms which are really spacious. However, other than that it's just ok. Our rooms were missing a few things which were easily replaced. Also a bit dodgy because you think room floors require card access, but after a certain time in the evening you can press any button on the lift and it works. As for the in-house food, let's just say you're better off walking down the road to McDonald's. At least the staff were polite throughout.

If you're only looking for a place to crash and don't really care about cleanliness, and service, this hotel is perfect for you! The cleaning service always left dirty glass and mugs.Trash will be left in your room until we call the housekeeping who will pick up your phone in more than 10 minutes and let you wait for more than 1 hour We even had to wait for clean towel for 2 hours on the 1st day and the towells are smelly. They do have a serious problem with the cleaning staff We really wanted to switch to other hotel, too bad it cant be refunded, so.. What's good is that the location is strategic and the pool is heated (though it's so dirty and there's no staff stand by at the towel corner) I stayed here a year ago and everything was perfect. Somehow they cant maintain it so, no more for me. Very very bad experience

Spacious room, worth every penny spend. The room was clean with great view of Bandung town. Breakfast was great with variety of food. Very near to Bandung Indah Plaza Mall, which is good. My son love the warm pool. FYI, this is my second time staying in this hotel. Highly recommended!

the hotel was located in jalan merdeka bandung, near bandung indah plaza and bec mall.. the room was nice , breakfast was ok, next to the lobby there is a kfc restaurant. the minus points : it only serves 2 elevators for the guests and the parking space was joking, very limited. they have 3 basements, but still when we are going to a hotel and it takes more than 30 minutes to get a parking space it was really bother us as hotel guests.. thank you

Stay from 7-8 December, having our room on the corner was the most quite room you can ask. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was acceptable. The best thing is pool. It is not spacious,but it was warm water in good weather really find yourself brelax and cozy. Thank you best westren la grande

Last Sunday my group of four adults stayed in Best Western Premier La Grande Hotel for three nights. We had two rooms on high floor. It was booked and arranged by my tour agent. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were impressed as it is strategically located in Bandung city with many shopping malls and eateries within walking distance for the convenience of tourists. We were happy that Bandung Indah Plaza is just directly opposite our hotel as it has many shops and a supermarket with great varieties of goods and stocks, which served our shopping needs. The twin sharing room is big and spacious and comfortable with good beddings and pleasant decor. We are also pleased with the clean bathroom and good shower facilities. Generally , the staff at front office is courteous and friendly . However, we were very disappointed with the poor service in following areas : 1. In one of our rooms,after midnight, the alarm clock started to ring at short interval of about 30 minutes. My friend tried to remove the battery but it didnt work. As such her sleep was totally disrupted and destroyed by the uncontrollable & repetitive alarms. It was very frustrating as we had a tiring day of shopping and touring and a proper rest was very essential to ensure that we have had energy for our next day tour. We informed our local tour guide the next morning and he spoke to your front office . But the same problem happened the second night and again my friend was awakened in the middle of night and did not have a proper rest. We wondered why the hotel staff did not properly solve the issue and as such caused so much distress to my friend. 2. Our local tour guide helped us to arrange for morning call at 0530 hours as we had a busy program of touring and visitng the next day. Unfortunately, no morning call was made to both our rooms. Again, we were very disappointed by such poor service. 3. At the breakfast cafe, the waiters and waitresses didnt have initiative to clear the table and we had to signalled to them often. Perhaps , they could be reminded to be alert and attentive to clear tables promptly. We hope that above would receive the prompt attention and action of your management for the benefit of future travellers.

I stayed in the hotel for two nights ( 9-10 November 18). Here are the goods and bads about this hotel. Good The location is close to one of the oldest malls in Bandung. You can visit the mall to have some food or buy some stuff from hyper market. Bad I was checked in at 20th floor. Due to poor internet service, the staff moved me to 9th floor. Rooms are noisy, traffic from the side road is really loud. Not comfortable. The breakfast was average.

The food was good with lots of variety, services was great, wifi connection was good, we love the location which is near a convenient mall and minimarkets, the pool is pretty narrow but the good side is it offers warm water pool. Somehow we think the parking space and lift accomodation can be a lot better, it can be so full you will have to wait several minutes to go up or down. I understand they have valet parking space for hotel guests, we stayed here during workdays and it is so packed with guests, imagine staying here during weekend or high season. My reasons to comeback to this hotel is their hospitality and warm water pool.

Okay, let me get this out of the way: Room was clean but the middle part of the double bed was slightly hollow, breakfast was surprisingly good considering the hotel rate and they even had quite a variety of food, the restaurant was okay but we had to wait 40 minutes for our meals. Now, with that out the way, here's why I'm giving this hotel a poor review. It all started at check in. There were 2 lines and 3 people on each line. I was second in one of the lines. The red carpet line was empty as I think it was reserved for loyalty members. It was still a bit early for check-in but I thought I'd try my luck anyway since I requested an early check-in. Sure enough, the lady front desk officer told me that no room is ready and asked us to wait. So we decided to go to the 3rd floor to have lunch while waiting for the room to be ready. The restaurant as I said was okay even though it took 40 minute-ish for our food to arrive. So it was now around 12:30-ish. I had to get something from the car and thought maybe on my way to the car park I'd ask again whether our room was ready. Got to the car park, went to the front desk, and was told the room was not yet ready. Oh well, may be they were full. But then while waiting for the lift up to the 3rd floor, I saw the couple who was in line behind me got out of the lift, wearing room slippers and room keys in their hands. Now this shocked me as they were behind me and were already checked in? Now I know I used a 3rd party booking agent, but so did they. How do I know this? I saw their print out with the logo of a famous booking site. Maybe they booked a suite or a better room than ours? Nope, I overheard them discussing their superior room. So what was it? Could it be your front desk officers saw something in my booking they didn't like? Or something in my id? Or maybe it was how I dressed? I should've gone to the lobby and complained but my baby needed her milk more. I'm still disappointed by this. Although I used a 3rd party booking agent, I am a returning customer. Now I'm not so sure I'd go back.

We chose this modern hotel not only for its value, it is within walking distant to Bandung Indah Plaza, BEC Mall, Braga and Gedung State. The room has a beautiful room view. Local cuisine to the international buffet breakfast. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Wifi connection was good. The room is not well soundproofed! Was able to hear planes, guests talking while waiting at the lift lobby, prayers in the early morning, knocking of door from the next room, etc. Hotel's bathroom-amenities package was well equipped! However, the house keeping then to miss out 1 to 2 items every day!

Superior room which is quite spacious. Hotel service is also friendly. breakfast is a lot of variety and delicious. It's just that the swimming pool is too small. Small lobby that is enough to queue when checking in. A narrow drop-off place so you have to hurry when you get out of the car. The location of the hotel is opposite to the mall, making guests easy to find entertainment.

I + Family (3 rooms) was stay there during ramadhan holiday for 3N4D. Short explain about this hotel : - The lobby is not big enough to accommodate guests. - No parking space for guest hotel - Reservation counter does not Work well, because upon check out they can't show the deposit sheet - Bed Linen is not replaced at the time of new guests - Rooms not really clean, a lots of dust in railing cupboards - Breakfast is not roomy enough to accommodate guests, food is very poor both of items, quality of food is very lacking, cleanliness of food n fruits, staff so slow to refill the food, not fast respond.

I stayed there just for a night, because my husband attended meeting there. Everything's ok. Actually I wanted to stay 2 nights but they canceled my stay the night before because they said they are fully booked. And I was thought how can the hotel fully booked when it was booked by me. I came there late night and I was so disappointed because of that cancellation. I walked to Aryaduta that night and stayed there for a night. Then the next day I stayed at Best Western Premier because my husband meeting is at that hotel. After I arrived, and I complained about that night before, the crew just say "sorry". But overall it was ok. The food, the room, just ok, nothing special about it.

We booked 4 room from agoda, check in and check out went smooth. Compact and minimalist lobby. No welcome drink for guests. It's not easy to park your car since it's weekend and the hotel full of guests, but they have vallet parking. They have many rooms, like from 5th floor until 21st floor, but there's only 2 elevator. So we have to wait long enough just to get the elevator up to our rooms. Cleanliness are good, i like the room with the city view, comfy bed, electric kettle, coffe and tea, water pressure are fine, but the mini refrigerator is locked. We also try their burger, and that's delicious enough with descent price. When it come to the breakfast time, the restaurant are so crowded, they even add space for breakfast, but it still not enough for guests in that weekend. We still have to queue.

I went to this hotel and got twin room even I'm alone cause double room was full book, the lobby was small at side of building, but when I entered to the room I was surprise with size of the room it huge which is really good, I stay at 12 floor, room was clean, and got everything you need especially hair dryer cause in indonesia it quite hard to find hotel with hair dryer if you not asking, and I got surprise when I stay here a chef and hotel manager knock my door and I got compliments 2 pieces of beautiful cake and chocolate, sweet love their service, one thing maybe when I was stay there they was maintenance the WiFi so for the first night I couldn't use it, but again for me service is everything, when you got nice service everyone will back again to get that, so am I...

We booked 3rooms. Come at 11am go to swimming pool while waiting for room to be ready. However, the first room was only ready at 2.30pm, second room at 3pm and the third room at 3 30pm. Front desk is not following up our room, the room was ready only after we called them repeatedly. Not recommended for high season

Went there for 4 days hotel was fully packed only 2 elevators for hundreds of guest (terrible).. but they hv valet parking..service was ok during that after i find out my car was damaged they asked me to give them time to investigate..until now no news n response... very disappointed we talk about a damage wurth 50usd be because l hv all risk..i just want them to take the responsibility for there fold

The offer a city view, the price is not cheap, a little expensive that time, im paying 1,2 million for the room im staying at deluxe room. The pillow its hard, not comfortable. The room design is nice. The parking spot is very very small. And hard to find. The suggest us to park at basement. I guess its the same parking lot as the mall parking place, behind the hotel. I guess. Im not really sure.

This is the 2nd time i stay at this hotel, the 1st time i visit with my family and 2nd time visit solo. I love the location of the hotel since it was in central of bandung and with many culinary place to visit. The hotel room was spacious, clean and with affordable price. The staff is friendly and helpfull. My family loves the swimming pool which with warm water at 4th floor.

At the 1st time of Check in, receptionist was nice and friendly. He work fast and help the really fast check in process. Then I went to my room (Junior Suite), I got the highest floor for my room, 21st floor. The room was so spacy, with a really good layout. The bed was comfort, the mini living room was nice. I also got a beautiful city view from the highest floor. Everything of this room was beautiful for me, except the bathroom. It just a standart bathroom with bath tub, but the design was really standart. But for me, the room is more than the other 4 Star Hotel, I will give 4 or 5 for the room. Back to the room, After looking my minibar, I curious, why receptionist didn't tell me about free mini bar and lounge facility. Then I went to the lobby and asked about that, then they told me that junior suite room get complimentary mini bar and lounge access, include afternoon tea/evening cocktail. It was funny, normally hotel will proud with the facility and always explain all complimentary that we get. But they seems look hoping us to forget about the complimentary. So funny! At 3 PM, I went to lounge, but it seems closed. Then, at 3.30 PM I checked the facility once more, an still closed. Then I told receptionist, i want to enjoy my lounge access. He just said : "Ok, I will open the Lounge acces" but until 5 PM, I saw the Lounge is still closed! At 6.30 PM, I was really2 angry to The Hotel. Because when I asked about Lounge, he just told me that they won't open the lounge, except if more than 5 in house guest in Suite room. Shame of you! I've paid the Junior suite for the lounge, not only for the spacious room. They just steal my trust to them. If you have another policy, please at least inform all Guest!

I booked 2 rooms and stayed 1 N in BW La Grande Bandung. This was our first time stayed in this hotel. -Located at the heart of Bandung City and it good point. -Hotel Facilities, good but we have a prob with the parking lot. The parking lot is not spacious, and we didn't get any space to parking our car there -We enjoyed our Breakfast! -Most of all hotel staffs lack of smile, and not too humble. Where is the Hospitality? They really need more training.

The hotel is good,the room is big. I'm still staying now,we are here in the hotel until the next 2 days.. the hotel parking lot is extremely a turn down.. I'm not a valet type of guy,because lost money,e-toll 2-3 times and they don't responsible for any damage car in valet parking! But unfortunately this hotel have the same parking lot with the apartment. B1 full B2 only for apartment B3 full.. parking lot is small,there's a space for 3 cars but theres a car put the car a little bit in the middle so should be 3 cars only for 2 cars! so,nothing you can do except give the key to the valet guy! Will I gonna stay here anymore? If I bring car here then Definitely a big no to comeback here

stay in the suite room at the 21st floor, it was excellent. nice view of the mountain in the morning. the room is clean, air condition, TV, wifi all worked well, made a very comfortable stay. my son order a simple pizza mama mia (not in the menu), it was excellent. the kwe tiau is good but need some spicy touch. Breakfast on the weekend was fullhouse, good thing is they could maintain all the foid tasty. the pool is a bit small for adult but enough for kids. apparently, this also a spot for smokers as it is a semi outdoor pool. The gym provide your simple need to exercise.

If you have a business trip in Bandung, you can choose this hotel for you to stay. because it has facilities for businessman such as, a work desk, fast internet connection, and business center. it's located in center of city, so you can go anywhere without taking a long time.

Stayed here for couple of nights, quick check-in and checkout, the staffs were polite and bed was comfortable. In-room dining was tasty with a reasonable price. However breakfast buffet was quite disappointing regarding the menu variety, and there are only 2 passenger lift and 1 service lift in the hotel for 21 floors. But overall I would recommend this hotel for a reasonable room rate compare to other 4 stars hotel in the region.

I have been in this hotel for 1 week for a training in the business center close to it. I found breakfast not so special, a big variety of things but not so particular. For the lunch I usually used the buffet and I found it good but the menu offers many specialities from asian and western food. I appreciated the spaghetti bolognese, the nasi goreng, the hamburger and alse the fish. I done my compliment to the chef for a bery well cooked pasta?? The selection of dessert was good ... i suggest the chocolate one! In this hotel you can find also a fanstastic italian coffee. In front of the hotel there is a big mall with a lot shops. The rooms are spacious but the furniture are a little bit old. A good laundry service. Many of the hotel's personell don't speak english ... so sometimes to ask something becomes an adventure ?? but all people are kind and professional.

On the positive side, Good location and staffs are mostly friendly. Good spread of breakfast. On the not-so-positive side, water pressure is not strong enough, bed sheet is smelly and old. Lighting is too dark. Toilet is smelly.

Stayed 2 nights in this hotel. Room was quite spacious and ceiling to floor window is a great way to admire the view. There's a convenient store next to the hotel although it is not 24 hours. Bandung Indah Plaza is about 5 minutes walking distance which is great. The massage/spa centre in the hotel is great as well. Friendly masseuse and excellent service. Breakfast was a little average. Overall it is worth the price.

Good stay for 3 nights. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good views of the city. Easy to get to everywhere in the city through Uber/Grab. KFC next door. 2 malls within walking distance. Breakfast is decent. Staff were helpful. Good security at night. Cons: Soundproofing quite bad. Walkway smells weird. Very small pool. Only two lifts and very slow.

Location is good. Near BIP and Istana BEC mall, which is convenient as plenty of mall food available. Also near the shopping factory outlet district (which to be honest, is nothing to shout about). Room is clean, spacious and comfortable. Toiletries can be better as the body wash was way too watery. Breakfast had a good spread. Enjoyed it. I do agree that the lobby is a little small and quite hidden. Every time we arrange for transport, we had to walk outside so that they could see us.

This is so surprising that this best western is labelled 'premier'. Strong points: Rooms are spacious. Well located. Breakfast foods are decent. Warm swimming pool. Service is good. Weak points: The lobby area is very, very small, it gets too crowded with people. Parking area is also very limited. Toiletries are poor. Hotel area is very small, nothing but a tall building without any garden or something fancy to see. I have been to Best Western Resort Kuta, they did way better at any aspects and I was expecting the same with this hotel. So now I am questioning about the term 'premier'. Thank you.

Across BIP, near to Jl. RE Martadinata and Dago. The warm swimming pool is one of the superiority of this hotel. Breakfast menu consist of many choices and have good taste. They have traditional foods like bubur ayam, soto mie bogor, lontong, nasi goreng, western food like omelet, pancake, salad, cereal, toast and pastry. They also have dessert and snack corner. On the other side, the housekeeping's response needs to be improved. Overall, it's a good hotel.

Recently, stayed for about 9 days at the Best Western Premier Le Grande, Bandung. The location was pretty good. It was nearby shopping malls, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The ambience of the hotel lobby was nice. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. There were only 2 guest elevators for all the people there, but it was a minor issue. We stayed in a Family Suite room which was spacious for the 4 of us and clean too. The housekeeping and security staff were prompt when I asked for their assistance. Had our workouts at the gym and we were so disappointed. One of the treadmills was not working, the exercise bicycle was not working, the stepper machine was not working, the water cooler was not working and there was no staff manning the gym to call for assistance. I had to call the front desk to assist me which nobody did, in the end. Had the breakfast buffet at the Parc de Ville Restaurant and the food was not bad, but the service was a major disappointment. The staff did not show any interest to clean up the table. We had to clear our own table by putting the plates and cups over to the next empty table. They would only assist us whenever we signalled at them. The dining experience was a let-down. On the last day after checking out, when I was loading my heavy luggage into the taxi, the hotel staff did not help me. Even though I did not need any help, he should at least take the initiative to offer me one rather than walking away from me. Overall, it was just an average experience for me. So Best Western Premier Le Grande, I would like you to take the opportunity to improve your service and get your act together. Then maybe I would consider recommending this hotel to my friends and family.

Before you stay, better plan the journey, located surround by mall, restaurants, cafe, factory outlets that can reach by 5-10 minutes walking. Optimize time to explore by walk is suggested since the parking area and the traffic nearby is very hard. Walking in the evening is the best to find traditional and modern restaurants. No need transportation, you also can find the one of the biggest bookstore, the famous factory outlets, and recomended traditional restaurants and warungs, In the evening and early morning you can relax in the hot pool, it was great. Yet this is not a resort but a hotel that can offer exploring the city by walking. The room is nice and clean, get a view to Lembang Mountain, scenery in the night is very gorgeous. Two times stay in the hotel, yet not explore all the food, resto, shop surrounding. Early morning can explore the Bandung area, and in the afternoon can check in and spent the time and rest in the hotel and surrounding untill tomorrow. The breakfast is one of the best that I taste in Bandung.

Best Western wins by location, the only hotel located right infront of Bandung Indah Plaza, one of hype plaza in the city. The place is surrounded by restos/cafes and stores. The swimming pool is small, good enough for kids. The gym is also not too big. The breakfast menu is OK. Ask for high floors so that we can see the city from room.

We arrived at the hotel, booked 2 rooms. We checked in, and those rooms weren't made up properly. Pillows were still stacked on the chair, there were no towels inside the bathroom, and one of the bathroom had a pool of water on the floor. Which made us wonder if they really cleaned the room properly. We were then moved to another room. The bed was made up, but they gave us crappy dirty floor mad in the bathroom and didn't gave us tissue paper. The other room were smelly, especially the pillows, it seems like they didn't change the sheets on the bed. We ended up moving to another hotel, due to the poor cleanliness of this hotel.

Located in Jalan Merdeka, situated in central of Bandung. Just 3 minutes walking to nearest shopping centre Bandung Indah Plaza and around 15 minutes driving to famous Riau Street. We checked in around 12pm, on our honeymoon trip. room was ready on time, all detail of my reservation was accurate, unless I did request high floor, but given room on 6th floor which is lower floor. The variety of breakfast was decent, tastes good. Warm water swimming pool and fitness center is available, unfortunately some equipment on fitness center was not working. One thing that got us in the heart, is they give us such complimentary canape and cakes as honeymooner treat which is not a common in such 4 star hotel. The only problem in this hotel is parking, they share their parking area with an apartment next to hotel, sometimes, when the hotel quite full, you can't park your car, but the bellman always offer to valet your car if the parking is full.

i love staying in this hotel good food at the restaturant for breakfast lots of varriant, nice view, very strategic place.. we can walk everywhere.. my daughter love the swimming pool with the hot water....

Stayed here in December 2017, from Sunday to Tuesday with family, including a five year old kid. Booked a Super Deluxe room. Hotel lobby is very small. Got a room at 17th floor. Nice view towards road, beautiful at night. Room is very spacious with a bath tub in bathroom. Aircon is good. Room cleanliness is not the best. Saw the bath room trash bin still left with rubbish inside. Also find a little stain on the floor. Bed is great with 4 pillows. Wifi was great when I arrived. Probably because of less guest. But during Monday after breakfast, it was much much slower. Breakfast is good with some stalls. Food in the stall were much delicious compared to foods in main buffet. Love the chicken porridge and melon juice. Space limited. During peak season, may need to wait other guest finished. Car parking area was a big challenge. Hotel guest allowed to park in B2-B3. I guess 1 floor was able accomodate up to 20 cars only. Not only limited, it is a steep floor when you go to the basement floors. However, vallet parking is available and free. There are 2 warm water pools at 4th level. These are good although the pools size not big. Also a small gym beside the pools. There is a kid playground near the restaurant at 3rd floor. Service is the best part of the hotel. Bell boy was helpful and quick responding to my query. Phone operator, restaurant person are also polite and give quick service. Location is at the heart of the city. In front of Bandung Indah Plaza, a shopping mall, it helps to get food and also ATM. There is a bridge in front of hotel to BIP . A minimarket, Indomaret, located behind the hotel. Traffic in front of hotel is always busy and heavy traffic during rush hours. Check in process was seamless. Overall I am satisfied with the hotel except for car parking and small lobby. For location, I prefer Aryaduta / Hyatt considering not facing main street directly.

I recommend this hotel. i will stay at this hotel, if i go to bandung city. this hotel has nice staff, nice service, comfortable rooms and beds are also very comfortable. a great location in the city center so easy to go. suitable for leisure or business affairs

First impression was not great as the lobby was very small. The room was quite spacious as we got the executive deluxe but the bathroom was pretty small as the bathtub was not separated from the shower area. The staff was however very polite and accommodating and we managed to get a higher floor on the 2nd day. Service was generally very good and prompt. The towels seemed a bit worned out and not as white as it should be so we bought our own towels to use. Breakfast was quite ok with mainly local dishes. Location was great for shopping as it is near to 2 malls and jalan Riau (Factory outlets) was within walking distance. Very important if you want to avoid the infamous traffic jams. All in all i don't think we'll come back to the same hotel if we visit Bandung again as there are actually better hotels within the vicinity at about the same rate.

Best Western Premier La Grande is a fairly new hotel. I have stayed in this hotel about 2 years ago and currently. The service standard has not only declined but the breakfast is pathetic - cold, salad selection very limited, juices are not fresh at all. For my 6 nights stay, I had stomach upset on 2 days. The bathe towels are old and yellowish. You can smell its not properly dried. The shower gel and shampoo are not replaced. To be candid, you get either shower gel or shampoo replaced not both. The only advantage the hotel has is that opposite are shopping malls. In short, the location is good but not the hotel.

Comfortable, clean, friendly staff, affordable, strategically located, close to Bandung Indah Plaza Mall, Bandung Electronic Center and factory outlet and culinary place. only the parking area is less spacious for united with the apartment.

This my first time stayed at Best Western and I choose BW because of its location in the central of the city. Here's my view on the experience. 1. Location: Good location in the middle of the city and 2 malls, BIP in front and BEC at the back. There's many choices of streets food sorrounding the hotel. 2. Parkir Space: small not many space need extra careful if you have a big car. 3. Lobby: also small, need many improvements. 4. Check-In and Out: fast, friendly front office. 5. Room : medium space, a little dark in lighting, bed room sheets is not tidy when I arrived. Flat screen TV with clear cable channels. But the TV is quite small in size. Should not be less than 40". Can't see clear from the bed. Bed it self is quite comfy and clean. 6. Bathroom: clean, standard amenities with shower room. However, the hot water tap is not easy to manage. It's either too hot or too cold... Need to fix that. 7. The restaurant : breakfast need more varieties and improvement in taste. Service is definitely need huge improvement. Staff is not proactive and helpful. Overall: I might be comeback to stay here, but not because the services but merely because it's location since I have a business near there. The price it self is quite high and is not really a value for money.

this hotel is located near bandung indah plaza, lotte mart, gramedia bookstore and bandung electronic center. it's good for bussiness or family travelling. the service is good, breakfast menu is also good although their fried rice too salty

I spent overnight for a biz trip, and here's my review; Plus point; located mid town (in between two shop centre), room clean and spacious, big tv channel guide (easy to read and refer to), big variant breakfast, good coffee (ask for double shot though), mini market and snack "oleh2" shop only within 5mnts walk. Hot water swimming pool. Shower good, bathroom clean. Whats not soo plus point; No extra toilet tissue stock available in the room. After a while toilet smells weird, Amenities no good (smells horrible), less supersoft pillow, exhaust fan in bathroom makes some noise, swimming pool size quite small.

We always stay in this hotel everytime we come to Bandung, and each visit leaves us good impression.Breakfast is always good, all the staff from front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant are very respectful,friendly and helpful, shoutout to Mr.Angga the bartender at the pool bar,he makes sitting at a pool bar for hours enjoyable with his hospitality and good coffee. Room is clean, bed is very comfortable, it is obvious that this hotel maintains its facilities very well.. We really love this hotel and it is always nice to come back..

I've been here for 4 nights. Service ok. Lift queue during breakfast time (they oy have 2 lifts). Location ok, opposite of BIP mall. There is KFC resto in front of thks hotel (in the same complex). There is indomaret and soes merdeka bakery behind the hotel (in the same complex). Swimming pool is small. Breakfast is good. This is not new hotel, but comfortable enough for me to stay.

near to the mall, factory outlet and shopping center. the room are large enough and clean. Staff very helpful. but the lobby not to big so if there are group, it will be so crowded. the entrance little bit not safe because there are not pedestrian

Stayed in Best Western Premier La Grande for one night. We booked the superior twin room as we travel with two kids. Location is the main reason for us to pick this hotel. It is only across the street from Bandung Indah Plaza, and also surrounded by cafes, restaurants, etc. Room is clean, although it is not spacious. Food is average, but no problem, who wants to eat in a hotel when you're in Bandung? Worst bit is the parking space. It is so small that you need high parking skill to be able to park your car without having it scratched. The pool is at the rooftop, facing Bandung Indah Plaza. The water is warm, there is no need to worry of Bandung's cool weather.

The room was great with a great view out across Bandung. Being in the corner nearest the two main roads with no double glazing it was a bit noisy at times but mostly OK. The room was large and well presented. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. One waiter at Breakfast time stood out as being attentive and helpful without getting in the way - Maclain, watch out for him! The only issues we had were that items were not replaced until pointed out, a leaking hose by the Toilet was not fixed in the two weeks we were there even though we notified the front desk and the level of cleaning was not great. The soap scum on the bath remained the whole time we were there - despite my rubbing a line in it to see if it was scum!

Many best western hotels at Europe and also At Asia I have stayed are In center at point of Interest , means Strategic place. Over all I feel very Clean room and also bathroom. But I also feel small room size for standard class. Facilities good enough. TV, AC, HOT Water and also Wifi. Enjoy enough stay at best western group in the world.

Was interested to book the hotel because of its location. The room is quite big and clean. The view is pretty amazing. One downside is the limited parking space. But luckily they provide valet. Tried the spa, had a great massage.

Really very poor cleanliness for a hotel of such stature and reputation. I saw a cockroach on my pillow while I was in BED !! I flicked it away and called house keeping. Then i got out of bed and started looking around and what i noticed horrified me. Dead bug behind night stand. Dirt and rubbish in almost all corners ! They changed my room but the other room was dirty as well ! Staff was very apologetic and helpfull but house keeping staff didnt seem bothered at all

best western is a quite new hotel, located downtown Bandung, mear to Jl Riau Area. BIP is located right across the road. The lobby is quite packed and uncomfortable. Room is okay and so does the bathroom. Hotel is quite packed, especially in the breakfast area. Breakfast variations need to be improved, and so does the parking, because it's used together with the shopping area

The hotel is best located with KFC next to it and surrounding with more shopping and eating malls just a walking distances. Breakfast were plenty and good. It is very near to the Bandung train station.

Comfortable stay, good location as well. There's a KFC and a convenience store (non-24hrs) in the general vicinity and Bandung Indah Plaza opposite it. Breakfast buffet was satisfying with a good spread of food. The sheltered swimming pool is heated which is a pleasant surprise. All in all, we had a good time there.

It is a new hotel, with a good product, and right location, very convenient surrounded by several malls, at the opposite and also behind, BEC malls. staying here will never be dull. Do not expect huge lobby, the concept the lobby is not the lounge .. it is efficient hotel.. I have to confess, the hotel put some PC for hotel guest usage very awkward by location, they want us people passing by to see whatever of the screen.. a bit silly in respect of privacy.. please do not use it unless you want to saw whatever you see on the browser to other people passing by in and out to the lift. Hotel people are very polite and efficient, I like the attitude being not too much in service delivery. To eat and dine around, many of them in fact.. just walk... love it... I recommend this hotel for its product and location... City Hall is my view from my room...

I stayed in Best Western Premier La Grande Hotel Bandung last June, during Ramadan (Islamic fasting) month. The staffs were very nice, they informed me if I would like to have early breakfast (sahoor) or the regular one. I got superior room and the room was very nice, with city view to the mayor's office (Balaikota). The restaurant menu is incredible! They have various Indonesian dishes, so many that I had hard time to choose which one I should eat first :D Very delicious. It took me 5 minutes to go to the City Park, and the mall is just accross the hotel. Very strategic.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and had a wonderful stay. This hotel is in a right location as it's quite close to railway station, opposite to a big mall and lots of shopping outlets are just a walk away. Check-in was smooth and staff was polite and humble, always ready to assist. Breakfast was also nice as it's a fusion of local and western food, so we were quite happy with the choices. Opposite to the hotel is a big mall which has all the outlets from shopping, grocery to the food. Transportation is not a problem at all as it's on the main road so just step out and it's easy to get a taxi or a local transport, or else you can ask the hotel people to assist to you with. They also arranged a local guide with a car only for us in a quite reasonable price. Rooms were quite spacious, clean & housekeeping used to come everyday as per the request. I stayed on the 17th floor, so if possible try to get the room on higher floors as it gives a beautiful view of the mountains and the city. Try to come via train to this beautiful city as it gives u a beautiful view throughout your journey. For me it was a complete value for money for the stay and had experienced a great service.

In next time is better if the lobby area is make it bigger and comfort. is to small and crowded when the visitors come in the same time. Limited parking area it make a little problem for the visitor to park their car.

Choice of Comfortable, strategic hotel, good breakfast and plenty of choice, friendly employees, close to shopping mall with many public transport making it easier for those who do not bring a private vehicle

So we stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The room is big and nice. Bed is comfortable. But the service was bad. First of all the shower only has 5 minutes of hot water. First morning only one of us could shower warm for a short period of time. We complained at the front desk and they said they would fix it. In the afternoon we asked if it was fixxed and the front desk replied it was done. Unfortunatly it was not, and later we heared every room just has a small boiler... on our third morning we were called by the wakeup service at 4.30 am.. but they had the wrong room.. so we couldn't fall asleep anymore.

Coming from my previous holiday in Bali & Tokyo, I have to say there's a little expectation to my latest stay here in my favorite hotel chain. It's located only 15 minutes away from the airport and we found out at the end of the trip that it only cost us IDR30,000 instead of what we paid upon arrival as we were harassed a little by the taxi drivers upon exit and totally missed out the taxi stand across the road. Anyway, back to hotel, we had a little drama from the safe deposit box which was rectified straightaway. We have to request for bath gel and shampoo to my annoyance. Shower head needed a change as the hot/cold water was not consistent & for short people, it's a challenge to twist it to our preferred shower type. Basically, the housekeeping division requires further training. The topping up of toilet rolls, tea & coffee all needed prompting by us. We didn't have their breakfast or even relax in the warm water swimming pool ;) However, all the above was already made known to the front desk team who are great! The surrounding of the hotel has easy access to malls, fast food and local delights. Staying in the city, we didn't expect a beautiful environment but anyone wanting that should definitely look out of the city centre.

First time stay in this hotel. We booked the Junior Suite Room and it was nice! Although we have to wait about 30 minutes when we check in at 3PM. Spacious room, very nice view from a huge window at 20th floor, modern room design. They have a warm water pool even the pool is a not big. The breakfast is pretty good. Good taste, but not to much variety. Their local food taste nice, but the coffee tasted below my expectation. Staff are friendly and helpfull. Location is very nice. Opposite of the hotel is a big mall and there is a minimarket at the hotel ground floor.

Stayed here two nights during Eid, so the hotels are on their max occupancy. Location: at the top floor of KFC & Soes Merdeka, and just across Bandung Indah Plaza. If you use a car, when you go out it's a different road (back alley) that has Gramedia & another plaza. Mc Donalds also not far away. Location wise is good, lots of different foods options (considering BIP plaza nearby). Parking: This one take a lot of points from me. There are 3 basement for parking but this is COMBINED space with apartment also. To access hotel from parking, you have to park at B2 or B3. Due to the high occupancy during my stay, the minimum parking lot can't handle all the vehicles coming in. The only choice available was Valet Service. It's free. They will park your car in the basement alley paralel & just move in & out the cars whenever one needs to go out. So you kinda need to wait quite some time when you need your car. Parking is free if you show the reception your ticket & they give you stamp (every time you take a ticket). Room: Adequate, quite spacious. The lighting was kinda dim, though. The closet area was quite decent. Bathroom is spacious with usual toiletries & hairdryer. There are electricity socket by one of the bed (mine was twin bed), and at the table. Elevators are only two (for the rooms) and not connected to parking lot (no use anyway since we had to use valet). There are 20 floors more or less, so the wait during breakfast & check out hours are... chaotic. Foods: Breakfast situation is quite chaotic as well. They put several more tables outside near the children playground, but if you came not sooner than 8am, then you'll have to queue to get a table (yes, there's a line, people). Main buffet was mostly combination between western & indonesian food. They also have cereal & salad & fruit station, bread & egg station, and two coffee machines (self service). There are also some local food stalls (during my stay was Empal Gentong & Mie Kotjok), with local dessert (banana fritters, black bean soup). Although these local food stalls are usually not refilled (two days in a row, it's already finished by 8am and eventho I asked if they will refill -to which they said yes, they never refill). Staffs are helpful & nice, and quick to their toes.

We were there during eid holidays and we have difficulties to get a parking space. The hotel offered us a valet service and it took 45 minutes to get my car. The room is quite comfortable but the lobby was very small with lots of people standing and waiting.

The service of receptionist to serve the guest to check in was very slow and took more than 15 minutes!!! The parking space is uncomfortable to find to park the car!!! The carpets in the room was less clean.

I stayed there with my family on Hari Raya Holiday. Location of the hotel is superb, just in front of BIP Mall and lots of food around the hotel. Room is spacious and clean. Water pressure is good too. The only thing is for some reason the hot water in my room sometimes just get cold. Room provide basic toiletries - soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, tootbrush, toothpaste, shower cap -, coffee & tea, mineral water, hairdryer. Variety food on breakfast is also good. It was super crowded when we came down for breakfast at around 9am. I guess because we stayed during the festival. Breakfast is served 6 - 10am. There's a small gym and pool. It's a warm water swimming pool, so you can swim at anytime, as early as 6am. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location as nearby malls and factory outlets (30 mins walk). Great service and friendly staff. Food was also quite good and reasonable at the restaurant (we tried mostly local food). Wifi was also excellent and good speed even with multiple devices connected. Room was clean and well maintained.

BW La Grande situated at central of Bandung City, Easy access about 15 minutes to Airport, 10 Menit to Station, Side to side with 2 Malls, BIP dan BEC, also side to side with Bandung CIty Hall, At first glance, it's a great building from outside, once we enter the lobby, it's not what we expect, a small lobby for 20 level hotel, only 2 eleveators also a disadvantages for access Great room as we get a free upgrade, with bath tub addition. But the breakfast was awful, some of the foods, taste bitter and already in bad condition, we thought that some food was expired beacuse of it's taste. But this hotel, had a Semi Indoor Heated Swimming Pool, yaaaayyy.... But the size rather small, but for us, it's good enough Overall this hotel is a good place to stay, for around $60 per night, it's still worth of money 8 out of 10

This hotel is located in the heart of Bandung city, in front of the crowded mall in Bandung. But it's too small for the lobby and the pool. The room is very clean and well designed, they have so many tv channel that can make you don't want to be away and enjoy the comfortable room.

Superb Breakfast, Superb Services they are very helpful and nice... I have a long stay here (1 month) , and the staff is very helpful... The food is have a lot of variations... Especially the restaurant staff... They are always give me an excellent services... Thank you... 5 star recommendations from me...

To all readers. When I review something I try and be accurate. I usually do not give 5 out of 5 as that is saying its perfect when there is always room to improve. Lastly to the hotel. This is not meant to criticize you but rather to help you. If we do not tell you how do you know? I have also been travelling the world for near 60 years and have lived in East and West Africa and Bangladesh and England where I was born. So I do get a perspective of different cultures and ideals We arrived at the hotel on May 3rd at around 8am. We asked for early check in and after a bit of haggling we secured our room. The room was OK for our needs. However, and as learned over the next few days, the container with coffee etc. was never filled up. There is a list in the hotel directory of what should be in that container. Similarly, the bar fridge was empty and therefor not filled up as per the directory. The toilet roll dispenser was not checked either and we ran out but found it was easier to buy our own. We had dinner on floor 3 one night. It took near 40 minutes to get our meals even though the restaurant was basically empty. We both had chicken and we both felt the chicken was old or overcooked. Breakfast for me was OK. For Westerners expecting the works it may disappoint you. But you have to expect this. You are in a Muslim country. I got by with eggs cereals fruit juices toast and other bakery items very well. The coffee was nice. My wife who is the Indonesian part of us said the meal lacked variety and did not change. Can we please have waiters walking around with coffee or tea though, rather than interrupting your meal to find someone to do this? And lastly, the piped music. So loud. The bed in our room was very hard. I appreciate it that it's hard to satisfy everyone but it was a bit hard even then. The pillows so high. We had sore necks in the mornings. On a high!! You have wonderful staff who are polite and helpful smile all the time.

We had an excellent stay. We were welcomed by the friendliest of staff and upon Check-In were instantly upgraded. The suite was nicely furnished, clean and prepared with a personal touch. We couldn't have wished for more. We had some issues with booking a flight, since our credit cards didn't really work. Upon mentioning my trouble to the staff, the reception clerk as well the manager straight up offered to pay with their personal credit card, just to be reimbursed by cash. That is a level of commitment I haven't seen before. And it shows, that everybody in the hotel is really trying their best. All in all, we really can't compliment this place enough. You'll probably find a similar level of hospitality in other places too, because Indonesian people are all very very friendly and kind. But the facilities and the cleanliness are also truly outstanding. Definitely a recommendation!

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The free refreshing drink on arrival is just what we needed (after 3 hour train ride from Jakarta). The room was spacious, modern and clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The fitness center is well equipped and there is a nice pool to cool down in. The breakfast menu is substantial and the food delicious. The hotel is well-located with the train station and other transport hubs easily accessible. I will certainly return for a stay here if visiting in Bandung again. As an aside, the access to breakfast is difficult with only two elevators - you have to wait up to 10 minutes at times.

Locating near shopping centers, factory outlets, Alpha mart next to it, colorful roadside store, this hotel is rather good. Breakfast was good, and the manager there was very friendly and warm. Room conditions could be better, particularly the worn-out towels.

We came here as a family. 8 adults, 2 toddlers & 2 infants. Booked 4 rooms. Stayed from Saturday till Tuesday. Overall stay was very pleasant. Front office staff was very friendly & accommodating. Got keys to 2 of the rooms first as the other 2 rooms were not ready. We bunked in one of the rooms first while waiting, not a big deal. Rooms are big enough. And the wi-fi connection is great. No problem with heater in the shower. Toilet was clean. And toiletries replenished everyday. Get a high floor if you can. The view from the high floor is very nice. Wide range of breakfast from asian cuisine to western cuisine. Food was a bit salty for us, probably because we are not used to the kind of dishes here compared to back home but acceptable. Had breakfast on 2 of the days and both days, the asian food served was different. We liked that there is a variety. On weekends, there is a play area for the children at the breakfast area. Hence we seated ourselves near the play area so that we can observe the children play while we eat. Some staff were there to oversee the children too. We booked a van (with a driver) from home hence no problem locating the hotel as the driver is well-versed with the area. Location of the hotel is perfect. Opposite is the Bandung Indah Mall. So we proceed there on the first night to get bottles of mineral water and some baby stuff (that we forgot to bring) at the supermarket. We also grabbed some donuts and bread from the shops to munch on if we get hungry at night. On the last night, we ordered room service for dinner. And the food was actually very good! We ordered satay (very spicy though), mi goreng (too salty), kwey teow goreng (nice!), calamari (not bad), soto ayam (taste more like laksa), 2 kinds of pasta (both very nice!), pisang goreng (nice & sweet!) and cheesecake (nice!). It was really worth the money spent. If ever we were to come to Bandung again, we definitely don't mind staying here again.

When I come to see my brother, im visiting FO hotel for asking my brother room where it is?, can I come?. And they give me slow service. They just not give me priorities and ignore me. They focus on other customer wants via telephone but they ignore me. Till I call my brother to came down

We really had a nice stay in this hotel. The location is in the heart of the city, so it's easy to find practically anything you need around the hotel. It is surrounded by good restaurants, factory outlet, supermarkets, banks ATMs, etc. The room where we stayed was clean and quite spacious, bed was comfortable and the toilet was clean as well. Breakfast was ok. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we are really thankful for that. We would love to come back again anytime soon...

Our big family stayed for 3 days/2 nights at BWPLG. 8 adults, 2 children and 2 toddlers. We did stay on weekdays, mon-wed. We were pleasantly surprised by how central the location was. It is walking distance away from BEC, there is KFC and soes merdeka on the same building, and even Indomaret (convenience store) and a guy selling delicious nasi kuching (small size rice meal with chicken/tempeh/etc.) to cure late night hunger at the back of the building. The breakfast selection was great, with different options available on the two mornings we were there. They offer enough varieties of Indonesian and standard continental breakfast. We visited the breakfast area pretty early, around 6.30am and there's not many patrons in the restaurant, however, by 9am the place was pretty packed. Some suggestions for improvement: fresh fruit juice, better salad and fruit offering. The room was clean enough for family with kids. It is not a brand new hotel, but there's nothing really wrong with it.The linens were clean. There were good selection of channels on TV. Free WiFi. The room service cleaned up well for our second night. We hit the swimming pool, and the kids had a blast. The covered warm water pool was really nice, so you can visit the pool any time. they give towel at the pool which was convenient, one thing though, some of the towels were a little old and had smell (green and blue ones, the white ones were alright). The gym has newer equipment and quite roomy for a few people. The only downside to this hotel is parking, considering that this hotel is inside the city, it is great that it has free parking. The parking layout though is rather awkward with narrow lanes and turns, which is tough if you bring in bigger car. However, the hotel provided free valet service. I just tip the valet guy every time he brings around our car. This situation caused a little crisis at the end of our visit. More on this below. The staff were very friendly from the beginning to the end of our stay. Hats off to them and GM Mr.Jodie and his assistant Ms.Reni who stayed calm during the crisis. It is the reason why I write this review. Throughout our stay, we use the valet service a few times. And there's always a chance that things go wrong in this scenario, and it did. However, the staff, Ms.Reni and Mr.Jodie worked quickly to come up with acceptable resolution within 30 minutes. what an excellent team! In another story, we accidentally left my son's floaties and two water toys by the swimming pool table, and only remembered the next day, we quickly went to the front desk and then to the swimming pool, and the pool staff kept our stuff safe all that time! Overall, we are very pleased with the hotel amenities, service, and its honest and experienced staff! highly recommended!

First, little bit difficult to find a space if you ride a car even they have 3 level of basement. Rooms: Booked for connecting door room. Not big enough but is ok. Rooms amenities is very good. Breakfast is good. Location very good. Front of Bandung Indah Plaza Mal. Can find many choices of food, resto near the hotel. They have "Angkringan" (one little stall sell smallest bunch of nasi (nasi kucing), usus ayam, traditional coffee only for 5,000 rupiah each. The great thing for me sure, The Pool with Warm Water.

Inn or hotel is located in the center of Bandung is strategically close to the shopping center as well as the administrative center of the city of Bandung. This building has united with apartments with beautiful views of Bandung City

Locating this hotel can be a little frustrating initially as there are no obvious signs from the main road and the lobby is located at the side lane leading to the car park. You have to take note that where you turn in is a KFC. Parking lots are also limited as it shares the carpark with the adjourning residential apartments. However, there are food outlets and 2 shopping malls located opposite the front and rear of the hotel. Both malls also have rather well stocked supermarkets in hypermart and lotte mart. Service levels were generally good and our check in was fairly quick and the front desk being rather accomodating with our request for a single king bed instead of 2 single beds which was the only option available when we booked online for a 2 night stay. The room was clean and spacious but shower gel and shampoo were not replenished when we arrived. An oversight by the housekeeping. Air-conditioning was powerful and the free WiFi connectivity was fairly fast. You also have access to the full range of cable channels on TV. One major let down and a reason why I would probably not come back here is the lack of proper heating for the water in the shower. The shower would run out of hot water if you leave it on for less than 5 mins and takes an eon for the water to get heated up again. Hence, you would probably be having a cold shower for most of your bath. The next person who takes a shower would also not be a happy trooper. Considering that the nights in bandung are fairly cool, you would want to take a hot or warm shower and not freeze your butt off at night. I called the front desk to get someone from engineering to check the heating issue but it was the same on the 2nd night. The food at the restaurant was above expectation. The spaghetti carbonara and Soto Ayam was well presented and delectable. Price was also reasonable. There's a rather small pool and spa which we did not use but is about what to be expected for this class of hotel. The lack of a hot shower and limited parking lots for a better class hotel in bandung would definitely not encourage me to stay here again.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. Facilitating an early check in. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent interior. Food was beyond good and great value for money and service in both places attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I could go to BIP Mall just to accros the street. At the time I visited this hotel was Ramadhan, they privided the early dinner (sahur) for moslem guess. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

It was my first time staying in Best Western. The room is very spacious and comfortable, I have no complain of it. Breakfast is really good with various choices of foods. The location is strategic to the foods. The only thing that I am not satisfied with is with the parking. Once you park your car in their basement parking lot, it is confusing which lift you should take to the hotel - there is an absence of the signage in the basement parking. I ended up taking the apartment lift and I had to walk to reach the hotel's lobby - it is not convenient.

It was new hotel in Bandung, It is located just right in front of Bandung Indah Plaza. The room' light was too dark, and the food was so-so, but their service was very good. Their witers also so friendly. Next to the hotel is factory outlet, if you looking for a hotel that have easy access this hotel should include in your list

BW Premier La Grande has a very good position in the heart of Bandung city where the hotel is between 2 very famous spots (BIP & BEC). The hotel is still new so in some areas the staff attitude need to be enhanced.

We stayed in Best Western Premier La Grande hotel Bandung last weekend. We booked a deluxe room and got number 1715. The room was spacious (probably around 32sqm), bathroom was also big with only shower. It has an indoor swimming pool, not long enough if you want to swim along, but okay if you just want to exercise. They have various selection of breakfast, the taste was ok. The hotel is right opposite Bandung Indah Plaza, so we can find other restaurants if we need to eat something. Even KFC is just at the same building of the hotel.

Besides its excellent location, the hotel has a grand façade, comfortable rooms with all facilities, good breakfast and ever helpful and courteous staff. It was a pleasant surprise to find this international standard hotel in Bandung.

The hotel is located next to two shopping malls, and surrounded by many eateries. It's very easy to entertain yourself if you do not feel like getting stuck in weekend Bandung traffic. It is pretty close to the Jalan Riau area, one of factory outlet centers in Bandung. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. One unique thing of this hotel, they posted signs on power outlets to let guests know which outlets will remain active when power to the rest of the room is turned off (when key card is removed from the power slot by the door). This is very useful when you want to charge your electronic devices while you leave the room to get breakfast, for instance. The hotel has some quirkiness, too. Because the structure was meant to be apartment towers with shopping areas, some facilities are oddly located. For example, the dining room/restaurant is located on the 3rd floor where the towers are connected by a bridge. The meeting rooms of the hotel occupy areas that were meant to be commercial spaces, so it's difficult to get from one place to another. The main lobby is tiny compared to the hundreds of rooms in the hotel tower, so at times it could be pretty crowded. Parking is a challenge due to the narrow spaces in the parking garage. A nice place to stay if you plan to shop and roam the factory outlets in the surrounding areas.

I visit this hotel with my family for holiday. the room was big and comfortable with great wifi access. The breakfast was good with many choices. The pool was indoor outdoor pool on 4th floor with warm water so i can swim at night. The location was great just few steps from Bandung Indah Plaza, so you can easily find food and other. Unfortunately the lobby was so small so when i visited the hotel which in peak season, the lobby was so packed so i can't wait comfortably while waiting other to check out and i waiting for checked in. Otherwise it was a good experience.

It is a rather new hotel. The advantages... 1. New 2. Good location (at the heart of city) 3. Almost all the crews here at the reception, housekeeping, SPA, restaurant is very good with exception of 1 or 2 who seems very unhappy working there The areas for improvement: 1. The conference room. Aircond seems to have a mind of its own...switching on/off at free will 2. Room 1702 smells.....the odor emits from the toilet. Ended with us changing to another room. But the crews were very helpful in this aspect But overall a pleasant stay

Nice hotel. From bandung station, it only takes 5minutes by ojek. Located right infront of BIP. You can find many locals food nearby. The room is nice and the staff is very kind and nice. Really like the pool. Its warm albeit a small pool.

Stay on this hotel in January 2016. Nice welcome drink provided when I checked in late noon time. Stay for 5 nights. Nice and delicious breakfast. Taking a break at pool bar, nice and cozy for relaxing. The room is giving a lot of space and clean too. Friendly bell boy and receptionist. Only need extra time using the lift as the hotel only provided few only. Clean bathroom too. The hotel also close to mall, factory outlet, the famous soes merdeka.

This is a new hotel start in 2016. In front of BIP mall. Near to BEC mall. So it easy to get something to eat. Room is clean. Very narrow car park shared with an apartment. Internet is available with average speed.

Booked 2 deluxe connecting rooms. But reception said there are no connecting rooms for deluxe although hotel info indicates there are. We downgrade to superior for connecting rooms with no refund. Tried to compensate for one free breakfast cos there are 5 of us but not agreeable with them. Besides the initial hiccups, the rest are good. Location is near airport abt 15 mins drive. Although lobby area is small, there is always a refreshing welcome drink each day and butter cookies. There is a mall opposite (Bandung Indah plaza) and another one behind the hotel. Food is just about everywhere around the hotel with KFC just below. Room size is spacious. Connecting superior rooms 29sq m with a king sized bed in one room and 2 super single beds in the other room. Good for big family. Enough space for an extra bed. The only setback is hot water in one room is not available after midnight. Air-con temperature can be controlled. WiFi in the rooms is good and stable. Breakfast is a good spread of local and western. Went for a spa treatment at the hotel spa but not that satisfying. Overall its a good stay.

The is at jalan merdeka bandung, and it is the center point of bandung. The hotel is small but service and facility is like big hotel, very nice, will deffinately return to this hotel. The staff is very nice and welcoming you with warm.

The room was in the top of Best Western standard. Big, comfortable, well mantained and cleaned. Continental breakfast was fine. The location and prices was ok. It is a good choise for a business trip in Bandung.

The lady at the front desk come back very quick when we told her that we are so tired and don't wanna wait for them to clean up the room that we requested. It is 2pm so we are not asking something hard. And we got the room that we want it. It is very comfy and nice.. Excellent job lady.. Thanks!

I visited Bandung for 2 Days and 3 Nights stayed at Best Western Premier La Grande Hotel. This is recommended hotel at Centre of Bandung. The location in front of Bandung Indah Plaza mall, average rate from 800k-2000k, it also one building with KFC and Soes Merdeka as food merchandise store, and also most of all I love the indoor swimming pool with warm water ??

We stayed in best western premier la grande bandung for a short getaway and it was a pleasant stay. The hotel has boutique feel and it is located at central part of Bandung city and near to many tourist and shopping attractions. It has elegant and simple design for both interior and exterior with a slight touch of european ascent. The room was clean and comfortable. It may not be the largest room in size but it has complete ammenities with everything we need in a hotel room. The hotel has small pool and it is heated which is perfect for cool weather in Bandung. The hotel is very compact in size from its lobby area, corridor, parking, and room size but no complaint for it. The food for breakfast was good. Many varieties and the supplies are always available. It also has fresh juice which is a plus. I recommens this hotel if you visit Bandung for holiday or business trip as it is located in strategic area and also perfect for family.

I stayed for a business trip, the room is spacious and clean. Pool is small but partly indoor with a view over jalan merdeka. It is right in front of the Bandung Indah Plaza. Close access to malls, dago area and riau area. Also suitable for shopping travellers It has good breakfast variety. It has local, western and japanese. I had a good miso soup and the dining room is has a good view of jalan merdeka. The famous soes merdeka outlet is just at 2nd floor. Lobby is pretty small but it served warm delicious bandrek.

Pro: - speedy check in (and also early check in) - good and central location - staff friendly and helpful. Cons: - lobby quite small, so when crowded, can be overwhelming - the breakfast was quite good with a lot of varieties, but also quite small. when we had our breakfast, we got no table, and the waiters were not helping.

Stay for 1 and half week. Their services begin bad when they forgot to pick up me from airport, but it my bad too as the plane was delayed from kul. so i take the taxi to hotel. Quite cheap. Receptionist welcomes me with welcome drinks. They say sorry for what happen and give some token which is fruit to me. Room is comfy, clean and spacious. Have a good view of shooping lot outside the hotel. But, the ventilation room in my bathroom making some noise, tell the front office but nothing much they do. During that time, intetnet connection is very bad. Need to call receptiont several times for troubleshooting. Breakfast,lunch and dinner are excellent. Food and gifts are easy to buy as there a lot of shop lot near the hotel.

I got a room at 8th floor, damn it's cool to see have a sky view. The location quite good, nearby mall and just takes couple minutes to go to Jalan Riau where FO are around. The hospitality is nice, the room is clean and comfortable. The bed is definitely brought me to have such a good dream. Breakfast? Too standard actually. I prefer having a cup of instant noodles ?? Unfortunately they have a limited space of vehicle park and capacity of elevator. They had so many floors but they're just have 2 elevator available in operations. It is suck when it came to breakfast time, both when you're about to go there or going back to your room.

Parking access is narrow. The room is ok but we found ants on the desk.Breakfast was average and the front office people, including the person in charge, was not even looking at us during check-in nor check-out. Well, you just pay for the location

Very happy with the Best Western. Rooms are a good size, and the bed very comfortable. Good range of TV channels. Be prepared that the hot and cold water markings on the tap are not how you think. Turn tap towards blue for hot water. Rooms are clean. Buffet breakfast is good and the staff very friendly. Wireless works well. The finish in the bathroom leaves a little to be desired but generally fine. I like this hotel and will happily stay there again.

The hotel room is exactly how it looks like on the Internet--clean, OK-sized, modern-- where you will get a good city view if you are on the high-floor. The supermarket is just across the street which provides easy access to shopping. Front receptionists such as Donni, Virgi, Dinar, and oops! -- one other very pleasant lady whose name I have forgotten -- are very friendly and helpful. The GM, Benedict, also makes you feel welcomed. The hotel is six months old, I was told. Internet folks who have stayed there before used to complain about the small lobby and the lack of toilet amenities. To me, the lobby size is less important than the warm services of the staff, the cleanliness and decor, etc. The hotel has improved on these: Chilled water/tea is served in the lobby for guests; guests are now provided with shower gel, lotion, toothbrush, razor, shampoo and conditioner, and a groom kit. The shower is less ideal, however, because hot/cold water is not dispensed based on the specific directions you turn the tap. You find various ways daily to do it ! The temperature of the tiny swimming pool on the 4th level is actually not hot, but lukewarm--so don't expect a "hot spring". The gym is practical with the basics, so don't expect some fancy machines. Overall, it is a comfortable place for a sojourn with the urban practicalities within reach. A really authentic and very reasonably priced Sundanese restaurant (Raja Sunda) is nearby by taxi.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It is a new property and strategically located in central of Bandung. It was during Eid al Fitri when we were there, so it was quite busy at that hotel. The staff were friendly and professional on handling the check in process. We got a room at the 9th floor and the room was amazing. We booked for the lowest category room but it was modern, cozy and spacious! The view from the room was the city view. This hotel has gym & swimming pool facility, and also Executive lounge at 21st Fl. Unfortunately, it needed a special access to get there so we won't bother to get there even my boyfriend want to try to check it out. Location wise, it is really good. About 3 Km walk to Braga and 2 Km to Riau Factory outlet area. Across the hotel, there is a BIP Mall. So it is easy to find places to eat around that hotel. The breakfast food choices is vary from Indonesian to Western menu. We also had dinner at that hotel on a la carte menu. And the food was tasty and it was well presented. Pricewise was also reasonable. But the minuses of this hotel was during breakfast time, it took quite long to wait for the elevator. There were only 2 elevators and when it was busy, you could wait like almost 15 minutes only to wait. The parking area was also not so spacious. And if you come with a car, you cannot stayed too long in front of the lobby since it will cause a queue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it as one of a good hotel choice in Bandung.

Pool lounge at 4th floor is great but limited seat and only accessible untill 11pm. Cons: 1. The staff and service are very very slow in responding a request, it took me 30 minutes to wait for laundry staff to pick up dirty clothes. 2. Small lobby & with lots of guest, feel crowded. 3. Elevator took years to came. 4. Always chaos at breakfast, either the staff very slow or limited.

The location is great, in the heart of down town. Room is clean and comfortable. However the lobby is quite small and the elevator for guest is limited. Take a time in the peak season to wait the elevator.

the food was great a lot of variety but the dining is too small so i feel crowd, the room was ok and it has a good location in the middle of shopping area so very accessible, but for the parking lot it was terrible, i almost hit the glass door near the elevator in the basement because of the small space and the ramp is horrifying you have to be very careful when you drive in the basement...

We stayed 1 night here in best western premier la grande during lebarang vacation which is also school holiday. The staff has impeccabale service, check in was a breeze, bellboy even mentioned that they provide small bath tub for babies which made my day cause I'm travelling with a baby n a toddler. The room was spacious, new n furnished elegantly. But that's where my satisfaction of this hotel stop. The parking lot was a joke, considering how much room this place has, and very small spaces so you need to be very careful parking your car. And the elevator only 2 elevator in a 21 level building can you imagine? And the chaos during breakfast was most appalling. The melon fruit I took has gone bad but they served those anyways. The swimming pool is only warm water n kids pool can not be called a true swimming pool. My husband is itching n scratching after a dip in the pool so I refrain my baby from swimming there. Okay best western, we gave you a try but we won't be coming back...

Went on a 2 nights road trip to Bandung. First night stayed at Mercure Lembang, second night stayed here wishing I stayed in Mercure for 2 nights instead. The least favorable thing about this hotel is the parking space. We had wasted more than 30mins on a misunderstanding between the lobby security guard & the parking security guard. It is also very hard to navigate with narrow ramp & small capacity. The lobby is very small & easily crowded. The warm water pool is quite warm. But the size is quite small & located on the 4th floor, which is very windy. The gym is also quite small. The room itself is good.

It's a good place for people who like shopping. The hotel is in front of Bandung Indah Plaza and behind this hotel is Bandung Electronic City, nearby this hotel also have a lot of stores, all you have to do just walk around this area. This hotel also have a great view, I was stay in the high floor so I could see the landscape of Bandung. The room was nice as well as the breakfast. The food is tasty. The service was good but maybe because this hotel is still new, the staff is better to learn more the character of the customer, because at that time I was in hurry and the respond was very procedural and it takes time. But they were cooperative. The cons is the parking space is quite narrow and have to stamp the ticket everytime we went outside to get free parking, not automatically saved in the system. and the lobby is also small. But overall this hotel is a good choice.

Just stayed at Best Western for the second time in a bit over a month. Stayed in the same room (corner 8th floor). Loved the room! But the food quality unfortunately have gone down. Less variety. On the first stay, my issue was parking - or lack of space to be precise. This time around, I just let the valet park the car - free of charge. You should safe time and do the same!

The hotel is located in the heart of Bandung, Jl. Merdeka. Access to Factory outlet in jl.Riau within the distance. Hotel is surrounded by local restaurant. Room is big, deluxe type one, can fit 2 adult and 2 teenager. The hotel has good maintenance and cleanliness, all area still looks new and fresh. Negative point is, car parking space is limited which shared with the apartment building, and not managed well for hotel guest, for example we have to request manually the free parking during the stay in the hotel. Over all, this hotel has good points to me as frequent traveller.

Good Location, Price is reasonable and Have a Good Night Sleep. Easy access and further more the hot swimming pool....The bed is comfort, and staff are nice, this is a BEST experience to stay, and wish to come back again, oh Do not forget to sit at 21st Floor Executive Lounge....

I stay from 2nd to 5th june and i can say that the hotel is great and the staff is friendly.. breakfast is great too lots of variety... Most of all i love the warm pool after a hectic day.. Great stay..

I do agree with the many reviewers here who say that the nice rooms, good service, delicious breakfast, a heated swimming-pool, a strategic location and others are undeniably the apparent worthiness of this hotel. But when I first came to this hotel I was a bit confused about the rather long name - should it be called 'Best Western Premier' or 'La Grande Hotel'? What do you think? When I asked a hotel staff there, he explained that the name is actually La Grande while Best Western is in fact the name of the chain. Did I get it right? Later I also found out that this hotel is actually a condotel and this excites me because I have never stayed in a condotel. It also excites me to know the name Best Western 'Premier' shows this hotel ranks higher compared to the Best Western Hotel in Jakarta and Kuta. Conclusion: This condotel is best, premier, and grande!

the room is nice, clean and big. The bed is very comfort to sleep and made me really lazy to wake up. the staffs are nice and friendly also responsive. the food is great especially the vegetarian indian food. no doubt the chef is very good.

Rooms were of decent size and beds were really comfortable (that's important! haha). There were quite a good variety of food for breakfast and it was mostly delicious. There's a shopping centre just opposite the hotel so that's quite convenient. Staff were really friendly and helpful too.

I stayed here with my family, we enjoyed the swimming pool because of warm water,size of room is enough,not too small. The hotel built in good location. Breakfast has quite many variety and has good taste. Good hospitality from all staffs,i think parking area is not big enough for high season. And for the improvement please check all amenities inside room whether is already complete or not.

*The Good .. The hotel is new and the room smell new so everything is very clean and fresh. The staff was very friendly and the hotel management surprised us by giving a small wedding cake and accompanied by a formal letter. The bed is comfortable and bed linen and towels were very clean. Breakfast was a buffet style with a reasonable range of food types. The restaurant can be pretty packed during the weekend though. *The Bad ... The room we were staying in had a small shower space. There are only 2 lifts and they are very busy in the morning. Waiting for the lifts can be pretty long depending on how busy the hotel is at the time. The 2 levels carpark are pretty small so it can be a bit of a hassle to find a spot. The reception was somehow smelled sewerage.

I stayed for one night in this hotel. These are my review 1. Lobby. Small loby for 4 star hotel. Entrance to lobby very difficult if u bring ur own car. When u want to pick up ur family member at the lobby you should reverse ur car about 30M, no round entrance to lobby. Btw at the time i am arrived there is no dedicated bell boy, security help us out for luggage 2. Reception. Was good and ok 3. Room. Room was ok. (Deluxe king bed room) large room enough for kids to play inside room. Amenities are Ok. Room are new but a little smell on new carpet. 4. Pool. Water in swimming pool has to much chemical to keep the water clear so make an irritation to your eyes when you swim there. Not good for kids. In swimming pool it has small resto for drinks but the only problem is to many people working on this hotel take a break and smoke there. 5. Restaurant for breakfast. Star 3 out of 5. I don't know why people give e comment for full variety of food and etc. There are not to much option for food. Bad house keeping on the restaurant amenities such as plat, spoon, juice jar, etc. Bread and croissant without warmer machine. Butter with no ice.

I stayed at this hotel for 3D/2N from May 18th to May 20th 2016. The hotel building stands together with an apartment. What a pitty that the parking lot of this hotel is very narrow and spaces are limited. I have a hard time to park my car and in my point of view, distance between 1 car to another is too tight so it's kinda risk for cars to be scratched. And there was no body on sight to supervise the area safety. Not even a CCTV too. I have no complaint for my room. I believe all rooms are in a good conditions. But we have to wait for more than 5 minutes for the elevator up/down. The hotel only has 2 elevator running. I hate to say about the food & beverage experiences. But I had a bad services for my 2 days breakfast in the restaurant which is located at the 3rd floor. On May 19th, I went for breakfast at 8:30 AM. When I got there, the restaurant was in a mess situation, too many people inside. The greeter only asked me from what room I was, yet I have to walked in and looked for the table myself. For that case, it doesn't matter for me coz I could understand that all the servers are very busy at the time. What a pitty there was nobody asked me what kind of drink did I want. I have to call the waiter to pour me a glass of water and a cup of coffee. And in order to refill, I have to do it myself by walking a quite distance to a server table which is close to the pantry/kitchen. I believe that is a staff area that guest is not allowed to come. I can tell that the buffet is variety, but egg station is bad enough. I remembered the chef's face by the time I ordered an omelet. I asked him whether the waiter will deliver it to my table or shall I go back to take it. He said I need to go back within 5 minutes. You know what ? I went back to the egg station after 5 minutes, and what I got was the chef busy with his cellphone and he has not made for me the omelet what I requested. I kinda pissed and he immediately made for me the omelet under my supervision. On May 20th, due to the bad experienced on day 1 so today at the second day I decided to had my breakfast earlier at 6:45 AM. This time I counted 8 or 9 server inside the restaurant with 1 female greeter. There was 2 beverage server in a black shirt, waiters/waitresses in a brown shirt, and 1 chef at the egg station. Well I finally understand their habit now, after I registered my room number with the greeter, I had to look my table on my own. I got my table easily, it was at the center area close to the buffet, close to the exit door, and hope it was easy for me to ask any services from those servers. But again I got a disappointment today. All the servers were walking around looked they were busy in fact they did not. I need to shout for asking my drinks again, of course a self service again for the refill, and today I had for 4 plates and 1 bowl which after meals nobody took it away for a clean up. Egg station today was better than the other day. I returned and got my omelet ready in time. There was a funny thing I got at around 7:30 AM. The greeter was playing with the light switch by turning it on and off for several times, which of course kinda annoying people inside that restaurant. Well time goes by I enjoyed my breakfast till the last meal I had is a plate of bread. It was 8 AM I guess, and the restaurant suddenly full within seconds. When I was having my bread and a cup of coffee suddenly a waiter with a black shirt came to me and ask me whether I was done or not. If I am done, he saids that I have to go out immediately. For God sake, this was my first time in my entire life staying at a hotel and having meals at a restaurant with someone told me to walk away while I am still having my meals. Honestly I really pissed with such kind of attitude. A server could drive someone away, wow ... I totally can not imagine how come does a hotel like Best Western could recruit people like that. He is not a manager or supervisor I believe coz he wears a shirt without tie, just a black color shirt with no nametag. I tried to send my complaint to the F&B Manager or Duty Manager at the time, yet they did not want to see me. One of the waitress only gave me a questionnaire to be filled, and until today nobody follow up me regarding to that matters. Yet of course they protect that guy who drives me away, I asked who is he, nobody answers my question. What a pitty. In the end of the story, if you want to enjoy the sky lounge at 21st floor you have to pay for IDR. 500,000.00 deposit or else you are not allowed. So funny & strange that we have to pay for a deposit to enjoy the lounge which we are able to pay for the drinks. For sure I did not recommend you guys to stay in this hotel. Overall is fantastic! Good location beside shopping mall and heater swimming pool! Good spread of breakfast too. Its a new hotel but theres a defect in the hotel room interior such as loose tiles on the floor. The TV in the room too small. But alot of channel to watch!

This is my fourth time stay with family. Always love staying here for its location. We can get anything we need just by walking distance. Mall is across the street, foodstall is everywhere. Clean and cozy room. Kids love it when we got room with city hall view cause they can see planes flew across the window so often. Breakfast is delicious according on my taste. They served asian, european, as well as indonesian buffet. Menu is changing everyday. What we like most from this hotel is the warm water swimming pool. It is quite small but convenience. It has separated shallow area for kids. My kids looove it so much they wont get off. Too bad they not provide additional cloth hanger in the bath room, so the next day we gotta wear a wet swimwear. Beware of the bathroom doorstopper that attached on the floor in several room. Did not aware of it and accidentally tripped on that and hurt my feet.

Stayed here one nite with wife and mother in law while visiting relatives. The location of hotel is quite good just opposite of huge mall. The room was surprisingly big and clean. Staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was OK.

It is a new property which is conveniently located. Rooms are nice and staff are friendly. It has got a nice restaurant which serves a good spread for breakfast. A good choice for business travellers.

I went with my wife & daughter for a 3 days 2 nights getaway at Bandung. These are my review: 1. Access is wonderful. Right in front of the famous BIP mall. We arrived at sunday may 1st at 12.30 but somehow we have to wait quite long until 13.15. I understand that commonly hotel check in is at 14.00 but to be honest based on my experience, i never have to wait this long for a check in 2. The key provided were not set yet to be use for my floor. Thus i have to go back to the reception and complaint 3. Phone is there, but nobody to pick up. Shame on you BW 4. And when finally someone pick up my phone, i asked for an additional towel and wants to borrow for a sarung. I requested at 14.00 and they gave it at 17.00. Crazy huh! And they finally happend after i called them 3 times 5. The superior room is big and great. They gave me as what i have brief in traveloka. Top level, city view, near to the elevator. A sofa is available with selective tv channels and nice wifi. The only downgrade of the room is that our bathroom is stinky if the exhaust fan is shut down. So prepare to asked an extra key to make sure the electricity is always on while you're out 6. Parking area was awful. Is too small and not well informed that it supposed to be at B2 (no clear signage or info). Hotel staff also not informing about the guest parking mechanism (to ask for a chop for free parking) 7. The pool is one of the jewel of the hotel. Pool design is just okay, but the heater facility which makes the pool always warm, is simply the best. Kudos for BW. My daughter loves it so much 8. Buffet breakfast selection were also awesome. Love it so much. Lots of variety and taste is also great 9. Fitness center was nice. I got the chance to use their treadmill. Seems like a new version

Date of visit: 28-Apr to 02-May While I draft this review, I am still enjoying my stay here. Check-in was quite a breeze and the staffs swiftly processed the check-in in an orderly and systematic manner. Room condition was superb for the fact that this is quite a new hotel in town; spacious, clean and very comfortable. I opted for a deluxe twin room. It was more than spacious for us to perform our prayer. Room service by far is great although it took a bit of time to wait for the maintainance to pop by to check on my 'i-thought-clogged' sink. But oh well, nothing wrong w waiting for a bit as I had called them up at about 11plus at night. First day bfast was good. Not much variety of dishes BUT food was tasty. They had this hot drinks corner that was unique and i loved it. Hotel not only served the norm hot tea/coffee but also served herbal drinks like Wedang Jahe, Bandrek and another herbal drink. The downside was, the restaurant lacked of staffs to assist guests during bfast - I strongly think hotel should work on this. Apart frm that, they should probably try to serve few other main dishes rather than one dish, variety or rice plus diff type of bacons. Thats for now and hope my stay will be smooth till my check-out. Loving Bandung as usual n no doubt, i'll stay in this hotel again for future trips and would recommend to others!

The hotel location was right in the city centre, Room was excellent & clean but a bit dark, more lights needed. Breakfast varieties was good. Parking spots were not so many. Overall it's a nice hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. It was a really nice hotel with best location for everything. The famous Soes Merdeka was only the next door of the lobby.. ?? The room was good, the breakfast was great and the staffs were nice. But the wifi in my room was so bad, I couldn't use it. Can't wait to stay here with my family in the near future.

We staying there for 5D4N. Upon arrival we served with welcome drink. The facilities of the hotel quite nice. The breakfast in the hotel mainly is beef but still got chicken sausage. There have lots of place to visit within walking distance. Example Braga street and The Sport Warehouse in the Braga Citymall. It take around 30 min walk from the hotel. Besides you can shopping around in few factories outlet which also within walking distance. About the lunch and dinner it was few restaurant located opposite the hotel which cheap and nice. It was good to stay in this hotel.

i got everything in here. best place to stay and relax. the location in the middle of Bandung city very close to everywhere such as shopping center, many restaurant, electronic center. recomended place to stay whenever you visit Bandung.

Stayed for a night. Wifi was good, room felt comfortable. Located right in front of Bandung Indah Plaza Mall, very strategic place. Breakfast served was nice. The only minor about this hotel was, the parking lot was so small.

Stayed at this hotel 24 to 25 march 2016, with my family. Had deluxe twin bedroom with breakfast, the room is big enough for us 3 persons (my son, sister and I). We had to be moved to other room (816 to 806), because of shower problem. Location is definitely great, you can go for shopping, dining, city sightseeing in walking distance. This hotel is right accross Bandung Indah Plaza mall. Pool is at 4th floor, direct view to the mall, breakfast is variable (western, indonesian, etc). Worth the cost paid, thank you Best Western Premier Le Grande...will be back here for sure

In the heart of the city in walking distance to Bandung Electronic Center, Bandung Indah Plaza, Factory Outlet and near to Braga. The hotel's price is very fair, compared to some 5 Stars in the city. Breakfast is very various . So what do you get? A very good hotel in the city with nice decorated rooms. Modern equipment, warm smiles and helpful staff. More than a hotel, it's a second home in Bandung. Will we come again? Definitely yes!!

Nice hotel to stay, friendly staff and lovely welcome cookies & drink! They serve very delicious cookies for free! I thing Management should consider to sell them hehe.. Swimming pool is very small but provided with warm water. Not bad for guest with toddler. Unfortunately, there's no kids club and playground :(

The hotel is situated between a number of large shopping malls, about 20 min. drive from the airport. The hotel apparently is brand new (opened Dec. 2015) and this has its positive and negative aspects. Positive is obviously that the rooms are very modern and are (still) in perfect condition. The room has all the standard amenities: fridge, TV, free WiFi at a very acceptable speed, a small desk, a large shower and, for me the biggest plus: an absolutely amazing bed where you'll be garanteed to sleep well in. The hotel also has a small pool, a decent restaurant serving local and (predominantly Asian) international food. Breakfast is served in the same place and offers good options for both continental as well as Asian/local breakfast foods and even has a pancake/omelette-chef on duty. The staff are friendly and most of them speak sufficient English to have the regular conversations you'd expect in a hotel. The downside of a brand new hotel is that not everything runs a smooth as it should. The room-service only had a limited number of meals of the menu actually on offer for multiple days, one of the elevators broke down and stayed out of service for at least a day, which might not seem that bad, but considering that even when both elevators are running you will be waiting a while, this was actually rather annoying. Then the staff also messed up my laundry bill, making my check-out the evening before my departure a rather lengthy ordeal and which was made worse by the morning staff claiming I still had to pay when I was greatly pressed for time. And finally, in the fitness center, while brand new, most of the machines had already broken down with the staff absolutely clueless on how to fix them or operate them. All in all: a highly recommended hotel, but I surely hope the staff will make an effort to get the last things right.

The first impression is that it was located on the heart of busy Street. It was near bip Plaza and it was easy to look for culinary tourism. Nice room, nice bedding, good gym and swimming pool (heated during working hours, till 10pm) Breakfast was ok. Downside is the parking space, barely enough to accommodate visitors. Parking space is so narrow that one might scratch their car easily. The lobby is so small, but it was ok. The first impression was, nice bajigur/juice as welcoming drink as well as butter cookies. And I really love how the staff send cookies everyday. Very nice.

The room is quite spacious and quite nice for Best Western chain.I stayed on the 19th floor, and the view to the city quite spectacular. Ordered room service, and almost all the food that I ordered tasted extremely bad. Even French fries not crispy and the oil smells really bad. I also order soto ayam......I coudn't even finish most of it. The breakfast buffet has quite number of selection, but again the quality are pretty bad. Staff are quite friendly, but the communication between dept. still quite poor.

This hotel is excellent! The hotel location, room, and cleanliness is very good! The facility is very good, the hotel Staff's is very good, charm, and helpful. The food is nice... The concern is only the pool, too small for adult..

Location is superb. The hotel is nice, still brand new, one of the GRO Nathalia said that they are even yet to conduct the grand opening. The pool is nice, small, but sufficient, although the lighting surrounding the pool could be added to support if there are guest who would like to swimming after 6pm. Breakfast is good, for a 4star hotel it is quite fulfilling. The only downside is the parking space. It is too cramped and small, even when the cars were parked, the space between cars sometimes might only left 10-20cm making it hard to exit the vehicle. Due to limited spaces, cars can also park in the corners, which making it difficult for the other cars if they want to make a turn. Overall is ok.

New hotel in central of bandung,location wise,its perfect The room is spacious with good amenity,in my oppinion,room looks on par with novotel standard Pros: 1.spacious room, can accomodate 2 adult and 2 kids 2 everything is clean and new 3.heated pool 4.variety of breakfast 5.location Cons: 1.small pool,but still fun to use 2.lobby little bit small,but check in and out process still smooth Overall,it is a very pleasant experience,definetely wll go back

Trip to Bandung and found this hotel to stay. First of all all the staff is so nice and friendly. As i know this is brand new hotel in bandung and just soft opening. wow.. its so amazing that we could stay in here for 2 days. for all of you if you like to have more experience in bandung. just stay in here. not too far from any important places. looks like mall, restaurant etc. thank you best western premier la grande hotel. This is one place in bandung with a great interior room ,simply bathroom and so luxury..with a view city light and BIP mall enjoyed and satisfied with food,the room,facility and attendant...great place in bandung

A brand new best western hotel, located in the heart of Bandung, near from the government office, shopping mall, factory outlet in dago and riau street, and glamorious braga street night life. Love the concept of the hotel building, but the parking space is too small that we should share our parking space with the apartment residences. Front office staff was great, also the restaurant and fitness area staff. We only had a problem with the hot water, we found out that the hot water was limited for every room in this hotel. And please clean your air conditioner, it's look dirty. Overall i give 9/10 for this hotel. Great job best western

It is just in front of bip and near braga area i like because it is new hotel and felt comfort during stay and pool semi outdoor pool is warm that makes we can swim at night and breakfast given was scrumptious and the variations is very complete
