Best Western Atlantic City Hotel

The room and bed were clean, but it was a little bit worn. The fridge was making noise. The air conditioning when she left also made a lot of noise. the bed creaked a little. The door had a gap with the wall so we could hear the corridor, fortunately the hotel was almost empty in our section. At least it was clean and the breakfast was good.

Two of us had 3 nights here mid February. Check in was fine,( although no recognition of my elite status) the rooms are clean and well maintained. The breakfast times are rubbish though. bear in mind this is supposed to be a party town, breakfast FINISHES at 9 am , which is quite frankly not really acceptable. most people have only just got back in from long night s out . maybe they are trying to save in costs? apart from that it is a decent hotel, the area is a bit dodgy, but that i would say applies to the vast majority of Atlantic city...

This is my go to place in Atlantic City for many many years always clean and comfortable and in a great location in spite of undesirables in the area I always feel safe here I go wherever I like while walking and never had a problem even late at night

There was no heat and the temperature outside was 50 degrees. There was unit blowing out cold air and power button was broken. I had to unplug the unit. The thermostat did not work at all. Parking is not complimentary. Will not be staying here in for future visits.

check in was quick in easy No one explained or mentioned anything that there was to do in the hotel We were told just go that way for the elevators We walked around for 15 mins trying to find our room the sound from the elevator kept us up all night.

Stayed here while in town for a show on Saturday night at the Hard Rock. Based on reviews, I struggled whether to book or not. In the end, I'm glad we did. The gentleman at check in/check out was awesome. Super efficient and friendly. Made us feel very welcome. The hotel itself is in decent shape, and our room was clean. Why did I only give it a 3 star you might ask? As other reviews state, it is in what I would call a questionable area, but not once did we feel unsafe. Not the fault of the hotel that the town is not willing to address the cities misfortunes, but it still does put a slightly negative spin on the overall experience. Secondly, the noise from the roads that pass by the hotel managed to wake us up several times during the night. Again, not the fault of the hotel, but it does reflect on the stay. Overall this is a very clean, well run hotel in a questionable part of the city, which is the only negative. For about $250.00 less per night than the casino hotels were charging, it was worth it, and we would most definitely stay here again if in town for a show. The walk to either the Hard Rock, Resorts, or Showboat is minimal. If TripAdvisor would allow half stars, I would have given a 3 1/2 instead of a 3.

Although it had a great price, it was in a shady part of the city, lots of beggars around. The room had maintenance issues (a missing closer door, no spine for the toilet holder). At first the television didn't work, but a worker did come and reset it. We used the location to branch out of town both north and south and for that it worked.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, TV was good, internet was fast enough (5 Mbps) for video. The TV was around 42 inches, with a good selection of TV channels. Neighborhood is not the best but I did not have any difficulties. I could sense from seeing people walking by and checking the garbage that it is not the best neighborhood but nobody bothered me while I was outside so perhaps I was overly cautious.

Room was clean and stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, a small in room coffee pot but only 1 coffee pod. There were 2 people in my room. Clerk never told me about breakfast so had no idea until I checked out and missed it. They also charge an extra 20.00 plus tax to park your car in their hotel parking lot. Never had that happen before

The hotel is clean and comfortable and very close to the hub and the beach. The breakfast is decent and parking cost is $20/day. Overall comfortable stay. and would recommend the hotel to anyone in the area for its value and comfort.

Hotel was better than expected. Room was clean, front desk was friendly, and it was overall quiet. All very surprising since it was a busy day (airshow) and the hotel was likely full. They provide a breakfast which is okay. All considered good considering its a Best Western and the rate was good.

Will it was clean.but the beds very uncomfortable but the nice part was I was on the first floor so my family did not have to lug our luggage all the way in the building so that was convenient for my sister who use a cane

This hotel was centrally located with easy access to the Boardwalk and other attractions. Room was clean and the hotel staff was phenomenal and so professional. Very enjoyable stay. I high recommend this hotel for an enjoyable trip,

The room was nice, but the area was full of chaos and drug addicts. It was noisy, People were screaming everytime I was in the hotel. I saw people nodding off in front of the hotel in broad daylight, hookers were there at night. and don't go the 711 across the street. There is also a 20$ a night parking fee they don't tell you about until you check in. And the parking isn't secure, if you aren't in their lot full of crackheads you have to park in the back lot behind the hotel. Avoid this place if you can

Check In was fast never any problems and the bed is very comfortable well worth the price plus the breakfast selection is very good with the hot food that is offered this hotel is not far from 7 eleven so you can pick up snacks and all of thier rooms have a Microwave and Refrigerator

If you want a reasonable place to stay in AC, Best Western is a good choice. Clean, comfortable rooms, ok breakfast, and no obnoxious resort fee or casino craziness. The first room they gave us, the last guest had smoked in even though it was a non-smoking room. The desk staff immediately gave us a new, clean-smelling room with no hassle. There's on-site parking, and it's a short walk to the Boardwalk.

This place is clean its cozy has breakfast and internet staff friendly and across from 7-11 store and kelseys restaurant i always stay here in atlantic city and i will always continue to.Hotel staff just keep up the good work.

I was attending a concert at the Boardwalk Hall. We were able to walk from the hotel (3/4 mile) as well as walk to the beach the next day. This hotel is very good for the price. I would definitely stay there again. Front desk was friendly & helpful, beds were comfy and breakfast was decent. We didn't use the shower, so I can't comment on that.

This area of Atlantic City is a little worn out, but not the Best Western. Everything from check-in to the bedding was a nice surprise. The place was clean and well cared for. Room included a generously-sized refrigerator (read: a bottle of wine actually fits!) and microwave. Simple snacks from 7-11 across the street were easy to prepare and saved us some money. The free breakfast was another delightful surprise. It was well kept and included little extras like nuts and whipped cream for the waffles. It also had two hot proteins. The day we were there it was sausage patties and egg patties. We also appreciated that they don't charge an annoying resort fee, so even with the $20 parking fee, it was the best bang for our buck close to the boardwalk.

Staff nice and accommodating. The breakfast was as you would expect, eggs, sausage, etc. Room was comfortable. Overall, motel is older and outdated. Elevator smelled of recent pest control treatment. Plenty of parking. Area of town not the best. Price reflected all these things though.

It was our second time in this hotel. Staff are wonderful. All of them. Room super clean Super nice smell when we enter the building. Very close to boardwalk. Hot breakfast. Super good. Will go back. For sure!

Local vicinity a bit ran down but a great location to Boardwalk, casinos and shops. Convenient parking. Comfy beds and breakfast is always a plus! I enjoyed my stay. Too bad there's not a pool at this location. I will return soon. Great trip!

I stay here for my birthday had a blast the room was spacious and clean the guys at the front was very professional and nice if you have a car the have parking and your car is safe and if you leave belongings there it will be safe too we couldn't made it for breakfast but I bet it was good

This establishment has always been my go to spot. It's low key, walkable to any sights , bars, outlets and bus station. The Continental breakfast is always welcoming. The staff have great customer service etiquette and rooms are always decent.

We had a good experience staying at this hotel. Short walk to the boardwalk/beach. All the staff were very responsive and pleasant. The breakfast was much better than we expected. The room was clean, bed was great, air conditioner worked well. We expect to stay here again.

Room looked OK until we found several cockroaches. Not we need to go through every item we had to make sure we didn't bring any of them home. Not a very pleasant experience. I didn't plan on leaving a feedback but the hotel insisted on it

I really enjoyed staying here. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, and the staff was really kind. The full hot breakfast was delicious and helped us save money. The hotel is also walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk.

Help, service and breakfast nice but didn't feel safe to walk anywhere at night - I could see Homeless sleeping on door steps outside my window - Felt price was on the high end due to the surrounding environment - Definitely wouldn't book for a family stay

My daughter graduated from H.S and wanted to go Atlantic City, we stayed for 8 days and everything was great, boardwalk, the hotel, food, room..and the price was right..It was less than $850.for our stay..

The hotel claims they are a non-smoking facility but the entire hotel smelled like smoke and weed. My husband who is disabled could not even get into the bathroom door of the to use the restroom and there were hookers and drug dealers in and outside of the hotel. For $300+ for one night I would have expected a much different environment!

My concern is the safety of the guests, I am lucky to be alive. I fell and twist my wrist while having my shower because there was no slip resistant in the bath tub, I went to complain to the manager on duty and he said "we have never used slippers in all the 3yrs I have been working here". I had to use one of the towels as slip resistant throughout my stay. This is dangerous as I would have hit my head while falling, what if it was a child or someone with disabilities that this happened to ?...aside from this, every other thing was great..outstanding breakfast, great location, helpful kitchen staffs and cleaners.

Could be the dirtiest most seedy hotel I've stayed in my life. Room was dirty, floors were uneven, beds were like plywood and the neighborhood was not safe. Walls were paper thin, screaming all through the night. The only thing missing were gun shots.

On the pacific Ave side it's sketchy but fine towards Atlantic Ave, 2 blocks from boardwalk. Surprised on site parking for a $15 fee totally worth it. Everybody was nice and helpful. It clearly used to be a rundown hotel that was remodeled very nicely. Best complimentary breakfast, the women who worked it gave 5-star service! Room was nice with a large fridge, comfy beds, fairly quiet. For some reason every hotel in AC was exorbitantly priced when we went, that's why value was marked low, not sure how prices are normally. We would return and recommend!

I stayed here because my son was playing basketball in the city and it was a last minute trip. I didn't want to spend much money. I've stayed at other Best Westerns before and this was by far the worst. There were people lingering outside the hotel door making me and my son very uncomfortable before we even walked in. We got contact high getting off the elevator! It was supposed to be a non-smoking room but it didn't really matter because the whole place smelled of cigarettes and weed! My sheets weren't clean. The bathroom was super small. And the next morning, at 10:59am they were knocking at my door that it was checkout time! I had my bags packed and ready to go! They charged me for parking but there was no real parking on the grounds. It was behind the building in a lot that was unprotected with scetchy people lurking in cars! Won't stay there ever again! I'd rather pay more for peace of mind!!

This place is good for a short term stay and the price for its relatively close location to the boardwalk. My boyfriend and I stayed a night to attend a concert at Boardwalk Hall and it served its purpose. Not for romantic, quiet, extended stays, just a place to sleep.

The place is very quite and relaxing and peaceful .no one bothers you you can really relaxed.the offer you breakfast and internet service the room is wide and you have options to sit a desk,or chair with your feet up or the bed .the tv service is great heat hot water.

Friendly front desk and worker at the breakfast area. Stayed for 1 night during the week. Disappointed that the waffles were not available for breakfast. The hotel is located along a busy street and a nearby corner 7-11 where interesting characters hang out throughout the day and night. Some cars who visit the 7-11 blast their music day or night and this can easily be heard and disrupts sleep. Earplugs are recommended if staying at this hotel. Parking is available on the property for $15. The room is pretty basic and appeared satisfactory in terms of cleanliness. I just wish the room was sound proof.

I've personally used this location every time I've been to Atlantic City and it's very convenient. Having an account with best western would be your best option considering the rewards you get after each stay. There isn't much of a view when you get used to it but overall nice place to stay

The bed was very good and not at all worn out. Makes for a deep easy sleep. The hotel is situated close enough to the attractions to be worthy of a quality weekend without breaking the budget. Will go there again in the future.

The 2nd night there we had a stranger enter our room (not staff) around 3am. I went to the front desk to inform them that someone else had a key to my room and their response was "I'm sorry". They then proceeded to tell me that they DO NOT give anyone room keys without identification of the person to which the room was booked under. Very odd considering someone just entered my room. Then I asked for a new room key to be made and caught them in a lie because the only information they asked of me was the room number. They didn't ask for my name or the name of who the room was booked under. Highly dissatisfied with the security of this hotel!!!

This location is one of the best small motels in the AC area. It is clean and well-kept and the staff is friendly. Best value for your money and you can have a bit more privacy than in the casino hotels.

The location was perfect for us...We were right next door to a store I'd we needed anything ..5 minutes away from the boardwalk and just down the street from Kelley's soulfoid restaurant where they had live music....

This hotel is not good crack heads hanging outside flies in the ice machine and they need to refund me for Sunday please have the manager look into my refund the guy at the front desk said that he can not help me this issue at the time of my checkout

This Best Western was simple! Thgat means a lot to me. The room was neat and clean upon entering. Check in was fast and painless. The notel had breakfast offered but I di not take advantage of it. I did enjoy that there was a 7-11 directly across the street, where I did pick up food and beverage there, and at a reasonable price. The bathroom was small; the sink area was small and I needed to take my stuff out of the bathroom when finished, so that my roommate could then place his stuff there. My biggest concern/worry is that the motel is located away from the bigger hotels and casinos. This BW is about a 15 minute walk to/from Bally's, Claridge etc. Because the motel is in a more "local" area of AC, there was noticed some questionable individuals on the street late at night. For this reason I strongly suggest that a local cab or UBER be used, to travel to/from this motel. The motel itself appeared safe, secure. The lobby was well lit and there was at least one person at the front desk everyutime I passed through. It was a place that was at least as comparable to rooms I have stayed in at the more biug names on the boardwalk.

The pictures on the internet did not look anything like the Best Western where I stayed. The lobby was very small, there were outside rooms, which I was glad I did not have. The rooms were adequate. The bathroom was very small and the tub floor was peeling. The whole place needed major updates. My next visit will be at one of the casino hotels. This place was not worth the money.

If you're looking for a nice place this is not is. Saw bed bugs in the room and the staff shrugged it off and said they knew. We made them aware and he acted His name was Ali. The location of the hotel is the only good thing

This property is about 3 blocks west of the Boardwalk about midway between Bally's and Resorts. There is a 7 Eleven across the street which has nice breakfast sandwiches. The breakfast buffet is closed and has been replaced with a bagged meal. Water, fruit, mini muffin granola bar so not too bad. Wifi was good. Beds comfortable. Microwave and refrigerator. Bathroom a bit on the small side but plenty of hot water. Parking is an issue - not enough spots and $15/night. Boardwalk resorts will be at least $50/night more so the choice is between cost and convenience.

Bathroom had mold. Internet information was not offered as stays at other Best Westerns were. Towels weren't clean. People across the hall were smoking marijuana. No breakfast was available, Air temp in room wasn't cold enough.

The major hotels were all booked for the night I wanted to stay in Atlantic City. I got on the internet and the best western was available and had a cheaper rate than the casino places I was trying to book into. The room was very very nice. Clean, non smoking and quiet surroundings. Not far from the boardwalk either. Best Wrstern is my go to from now on when I want to stay down Atlantic City.

I am totally dumbfounded to see that ANYONE could give this hotel a good review. In the dictionary, next to the word "fleabag" this place should be prominently pictured. It may have been a nice place to stay in 1973, but now it's just a crumbling ruin that's been subjected to a half-hearted rehab. The carpets in the hallways and on the stairs were saturated with years of dirt and stains. The handrails were sticky and grimy. As for the bathroom, the fixtures were flimsy and the decor woefully outdated. The parking lot was extremely cramped...much like one of those little sliding puzzles where there's only one open space and you have to maneuver all the other little pieces around just to get one particular piece in the right space. The overall gestalt of this hotel is very much like the city of Atlantic City itself...a big dump.

Did not have a great experience at this hotel! The location is not great the only good thing is that it is a block away from the board walk. They offer free breakfast but then tell you that it is not offered! In our room it smelled old and muggy. The fridge was broken, iron was broken, tv was broken. Nothing worked and could not open the window for fresh air to air out the room from the bad smell. When we called the front desk to let them know our experience they just told us there is nothing they can do. Very unprofessional and rude!

The room is clean, doesn't look the same as the pic, I decided to pay cash for my room & they NEVER released the money held on my card, it was only released because time ran out, very dissatisfied....

Pros: Room was nice. Location of the hotel is 1 block from boardwalk and casinos. Cons: Because of COVID they offer a "bagged" breakfast ...laughable it was an apple, children muffins and water...this is not a breakfast...this is a snack. Not happy.

this is the worst best western I ever stayed in! they said the breakfast was due to covid, Its on the second floor using it as storage !! Alot of beggers asking for handout .Area is really bad, drag racing cars up the street cops are nowhere. boardwalk scary at night walking back. You hear partying at all night. This hotel is giving Best Western a really bad name. Beds are rock hard! chair was ripped ,very dated!

I had a wonderful experience. We booked two rooms. The rooms were clean and we had a microwave and refrigerator. The internet reception was great, the bathroom was spacious and the staff were exceptional. I can't wait to return.

Room was very clean Elevator broken Breakfast was a muffin, apple and water. People begging for money outside hotel. Parking pad is way too small to be charging $10 a night. Not enough parking spaces. Would not stay there again!

It was great my daughter enjoyed her 17th birthday thank you again CANT wait till my birthday I'm coming back and my youngest will be 13 next year we will be back we love AC thank you again Best Western

Place for Good R&R, there is little disturbance in area, amenities were helpful and needed. Hotel layout was sensible. Hair products were very effective. My hair was immediately detangled, and combed out straight as salon quality.

Pros: Location Free Wifi Complimentary Breakfast(when available) Cons: Poor Communication. Unfriendly front desk. No Breakfast and No communication in advance. Non existing Lobby. No Business Center No flexibility in check out time. Motel Looking Hotel.Unless this is the only choice you have, please look for other hotels. There are tons of them around the same location with the same or better price and better service. Please note the beds are Full Size if you take the rooms with two beds.

This was the worst hotel experience in my 47 years of life. The roof was collapsing and there were water leaks everywhere. There were pubic hairs on the wall and I had a long black hair stuck to my face after I used the shower towel. My daughter noticed dirt and hair everywhere as well. Our feet were wet from the carpet! The stairs were filthy with food, wrappers, and dirt. The room smelled like mildew and smoke. There was a homeless man outside our window with his hands down his pants. We had to park in a dirt lot with potholes in a very sketchy area because the Main parking Lot was full. When we drove through the main lot, there were two guys at the exit and they wouldn't move so we could exit and one of them put his hand on our window when they finally moved. The elevator was dirty and smelled like pot and cigarette smoke. Horrible experience! Do not stay here!

I had a great stay with my boyfriend, room was clean, bed was comfy and overall i had a great experience! Hotel staff was nice and got us in our room quickly. The elevator is a little slow but not bad.

I was at a hotel on the beach and they didnt have any microwaves because of the fire hazard they said.After 4 days at that hotel, I decided to stay here The air conditioning, room,and microwave was much better than the hotel I stayed at.

Quick stay 1 night, busy Father's day weekend...perfect. Clean room, smelled so fresh, friend works in the hotel business and was impressed with how well kept the lobby, walk to room, carpet and all was so sanitized. Cleaning lady was pleasant. Bed was comfortable, microwave in room a plus...check in was quick and priced perfect. Room size perfect, two beds, couch, table, lounge chair and ottoman. Planning another quick weekend get-away...may stay again. Keep up the clean work.

First, the phone line for the hotel was busy the entire afternoon I was to be checking in. I had to call corporate to get help and they too could not get through. I needed to update them of my late check in. However Lukas let me know my stay was guaranteed no matter what time I checked in. Now fast forward to check in. The gentlemen who checked us in Cruz was new and he mentioned that and we could tell. He was working alone and seemed overwhelmed, we felt so bad for him. Ook so now the toilet in the room. Kept getting stopped up. Had to call 2 times to get it resolved then was told that you need to hold down the flusher for 4 seconds in order for it to flush right. WHAT! Why does my toilet come with instructions? This ridiculous I go out of town to not have to deal with foolishness like this. After the 2nd time maintenance came to fix the toilet they just left me with the plunger to fix it myself if it happen agaon. WOWWW, unbelievable! Next issue, NO MICROWAVE! My amenities included a microwave. I didnt realize we didnt have one until I wanted to warm up some food. Called down to front desk annoyed at the fact this is another issue that could have been avoided if my room was checked before my stay for readiness. I then spoke with Linda (mngr) in regards to my frustrations and she told me that I could check out if I was unhappy. And reiterated that she did sorry and began to make sarcastic remarks about my being upset with the service and called me hostile for complaining and being upset after she said to me if I'm unhappy "you check out!" I then asked this is how you talk to your customers? She then said I was being hostile. Managements approach on problem solving in a effective manner was HORRIBLE. It wasnt about the customer addressing the problem it was more so about Linda being bothered by me being upset and her not liking being called out on there poor customer service and lack of amenities. And did I mention she made sure she told me the reason my microwave was missing is because the hotel was broken into and they were stolen. If that was the case why didn't you all replace it or mention my room may not have one? Alot of this could have been avoided with proper customer service and better communication. But now we are here a loyal customer extremely disappointed with how this hotel chain has treated me and level of professionalism it shows. I'm appalled and I will make sure this is all reported!

The hotel is pretty much in the “hood” and the rooms are very very small and the service wasn't that great either they didn't even really want to give us towels for our second night I will definitely not ever be going here again and they also charge you $20.00 a night just to park in their parking lot

Things in the room were broken and we left with very distinct bug bites we did not have when we got there. Pictures on the internet and ratings made me think it would be nicer, I would not recommend or stay again

Very dated. The bed was like sleeping on a plank with an egg crate foam on top. The shower was leaking and spraying all over the place. The breakfast was halfway decent but the charged us $40 more for two adult children. Also, parking is $10 per day!!!!! Didn't I just pay you almost $200 for a crappy nights stay?!?!?!

This motel is always clean, has great breakfast, and is minutes away from the Boardwalk. I always stay here when I come to Atlantic City. A better kept secret for those folk not wanting to pay for resort fees and parking.

I will never go back to this hotel. The room next to us was smoking so much marijuana that the smell came into our room. When I notified front desk they stated they were aware of the smoke in the hallway and they will bill the people responsible for this. They did not offer any help. The second room I rented smelled like cigarette smoke. They charged to park in their lot.

I didn't have high expectations for my stay but I was very pleased! The front desk staff was friendly and our room was clean and obviously updated. I was also impressed with the breakfast- I expected muffins and fruit but there was waffles and a sandwich making station, and yes fruit and cereal. This is a great place for the price and close to the boardwalk and outlets.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay. The room was clean and modern. There were signs that some work had been done on the ceiling in the room and on the wall in the bathroom. The work could have been of better quality but the room was clean and tidy. This hotel doesn't charge a resort fee as do many of the casinos do, but it does charge $10 per night for parking. The stay includes free breakfast and free wifi. The hotel is a block away from the the boardwalk and is few blocks from Hard Rock and Ocean. There is a 7-11 directly across the street, I would stay here again.

I would not hesitate to stay here the next time I return to Atlantic city. Front desk was great. Parking was a fair price considering what it costs elsewhere nearby. Breakfast was good and well maintained.

It's a beautiful hotel and not expensive. The Staffs are very friendly and nice. The hotel is very close to everything including the casinos, foods and every social life u might think of. The hotel offer good complementary breakfast unlike many hotels around.

As always, my stay at best western was a nice and relaxing stay. I will be back to stay at best western again. I like the complimentary breakfast every morning. I like how the staff is nice and is willing to assist.

The telephone in room did not work. Had walk to desk for communication. Floor dirty, not vacuumed,holes in lamp shades, stains on sheets & blanket. When turned on heater smelled so bad had to turn off. It took 10 mins for water heat for shower, tub filled water to ankles. Toilet hard to flush. Didn't have Do not disturb sign, & hotel said they out of regular coffee. Charged $10 a day to park-only since new management. When I checked in I asked is OK I'm over line 6 inches parking lot, Desk said off-season it's fine. End of my stay I was charged $30 for parking 6 inches over the line! Had to fight to get refund from home.Charged more at check-in than emailed day before, fight get difference back. Lady worked at breakfast used same gloves washing counters dirty rags touched waffles with the same gloves. Gym taken away. Desk called 930,1030 & 1130 pm woke me up every time my last night! Also hotel did not have newspaper for events in Atlantic City. Desk person was giving me a room to view of a brick wall, had to ask for another room. I was looking forward to return here again and the entire stay went so awry what a disappointment. All nice and helpful people don't work here anymore.

This was a nice hotel close to boardwalk but enough away to be quiet. Room was clean with all necessities. I liked the shower dispensers. Parking was good. Breakfast adequate and a nice amenity. Would stay again.

This hotel gave me everything expected - clean and affordable lodging. Check-in was friendly and easy. There was covered parking available. The room was fine and clean. The bed was fine. Shower was good, though I was disappointed there was no lotion and no individual bottles of toiletries, only dispensers in the shower. I did not wake up in time for the free breakfast so can't speak to that. Overall, my stay here was exactly what I expected.

Helpful and kind describes the staff at Best Western Atlantic City. My week stay was mostly enjoyable because of Aman. He is a professional with a strong work ethic who has such a positive attitude. He is also very kind and helpful. He runs the front desk with ease and skill, yet is humble. He is definitely an asset to Best Western. Pierda the dear lady who runs the breakfast area is a real gem. She is extremely efficient even under pressure with a big breakfast crowd and always has a smile. The breakfast is good with many choices-eggs, waffles, breakfast rolls, cereal, yogurt and fruit. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff on the fourth floor was most accommodating. I can not overlook Hemali who also works the front desk she is also sweet and kind. There are many clean hotels, but, having great employees is so important. Best Western in AC gets a 10!

The hotel was easy to find. Parking was a bit odd since the spots were very tight and the layout of the parking was inconvenient and vehicle security was a small concern for me. Access to the rooms are all on the upper floors. The room are not sound proof or sound resistant, heard a lot of noises when other guests walked by. The guest room is generally clean with minor issues that we noticed. We addressed this with the staff and it was corrected for us. The hotel is walking distance to the Atlantic City Boardwalk about 1-2 city blocks. The neighbor hood has definitely changed since I last visited years ago. There are a lot more homeless people and beggars in the area. If you walk around at night about past 8 pm or so bring a friend. There are plenty of food and activities in the area so you will not be bored. Overall this place was good for the value.

This property is located right near the big casinos. Although it is a a good price it is a dangerous area. There were people smoking crack and prostitution right on the corner. STAY AWAY if you value your life or property.

Room was clean, bed comfortable, close to boardwalk.Staff was very pleasant. Reasonable rates. I would stay there again. I would recommend this place to others who come to Atlantic Cityand don't want to hassle with a casino crowd.

Air Canada Vacation must want to go out of business. Changed rooms twice and the same mess. This place has roach and ants. The beds are cardboard boxes tuff as a rock. The staff are rude with the exception of George. The pool is a joke! The only good is the view of the Acropolis and the staff who admitted this place has ants and roach but refused to give name die for job security.

The Hotel was extremely clean, services were awesome and convenient to my location. I was very pleased with my parking arrangements, I could actually see the boardwalk grounds and the Outlets were very close as well.

Our 3 niights little vacation on Best Western Atlantic City was a success. The room was clean, 2 large and confortable beds, the air conditionner a little bit noisy but very efficient,. the bath-room so clean and fresh smelling. The parking is small but is another one on the other side of the hotel, just over the road is a "7-11" with the good stuff, open non-stop ! The hotel was decently close from the beach, almost 300 m, and on the walking distance (7-10 minutes) from Caesars and Bally (at right part) , Hard Rock and Oceans (on the left) ! It was one of the better rapports quality/price that I ever paid !

Excellent service for a very reasonable price. Good continental breakfast in the morning. Close to beach/boardwalk. Lot of restaurants close by. We didn't use the car during the entire stay. Highly recommended.

It is a very nice quite clean motel. Modern. Nice staff. Room is very comfortable, 2 beds with microwave and fridge. Also breakfast is nice. Parking lot is safe. Location is a good thing. Very neat to the main start and to the broadwalk. Usman in the front desk was very professional. We had a problem in the reservation and he solved it quickly with a very satisfying offer from their side. Thanks Usman very much. Our room was in the second floor. Internet was good.

Wouldn't even allow me to use the rest room at the lobby as I checked out of the hotel. Shame on your. Extremely Rude Staff both at check in and at checkout. Location is in Shady Neighborhood so be careful.

We had issues at another hotel that night and when we book with best western. They welcome us in and the check in process was so fast and smooth overall it was excellent. Very clean and nice staff. I recommend this place I give it a 10. Very close to a lot of the casinos.

The hotel is located walking distance to the boardwalk. Great location with a beautiful view for an even better price. The rooms were clean. My family enjoyed the continental breakfast. Looking forward to my next stay!!!!

The website has false advertisement as far as how the king suite looks, website shows options for smoking and non smoking rooms but when i arrived i was told all rooms were non smoking. When i checked in due to the fact i payed a certain amount i didbt have to pay for parking which would have been a waste of money seeibg as i didn't drive. I was under the impression breakfast would be served to my room. I didnt spebd too much time in my room so I can't really complain about service but I do feel my bathroom could have been cleaner and appliances could've worked better (shower bulb was out and one of the chairs was broken)

Pay the extra money to stay at a casino resort, it will be worth it. This hotel was very dissappointing. The food was not up to par. First impression was smelling pot from the hallway of a non smoking hotel.

Stayed at this hotel in Atlantic City! Liked it very much. The staff is well-organized, they treat you good. Asked for another bed sheet and received one. It is definitely a deal, because it is not that expensive and still u get a nice service

The front desk staff was nice. I needed an extra blanket bc the bedding was thin. My heat didn't work until 2 am and it was up at 89degrees. It took 10 minutes for the hot water to work.: it's located next to a 7-11 where there were hookers and drug dealers hanging out. The mattress was overused so you sunk into it. I only stayed here bc my other place fell through and I needed somewhere last minute (I booked online-pics were deceiving) I booked 2 nights but left after 1.

We stay at the Best Western Envoy Inn each year for a conference and have always been very happy with our choice. The hotel has recently undergone renovations. The rooms and clean and roomy.. The breakfast is a great start to the day. We are always given a warm welcome when we arrive.

Not at all like others Best Western I've stayed. We booked 2 nights. The room smelled and appear to be dirty. Breakfast was ok. The staff were nice. The gym equipment was almost all defective. Around the hotel were people who looked like drug dealers or something like that. So not a good location.

The hotel was near the boardwalk near all the activities. Our room was cozy and well kept and the hot breakfast was nicely prepared, clean and organized. I only had an issue with my tub water going down the drain slow when showering. Other than that it was a bang for your buck...not expensive at all.

The front desk staff is excellent. If you are in town for a show at Boardwalk this is a great location. Rooms are clean and spacious and there is a 7-Eleven right beside the hotel. Parking is $10 and you are within walking distance of Casinos or can take a Uber to get around.

If this is how they represent their company i would rather sleep in my car. There were drug adicts everywhere. Parking was mot free. The staff were disrespectful and incompetent. The hotel was poorly renovated and stunk like paint because it still was not finished. If i felt like typing I could go on and on.

The area is a little sketchy but yours just a 5 min walk to the boardwalk and other big hotels with casinos. The hotel room was good just wish the had wood floors instead of carpet it's easier to maintain and they won't have a weird smell. The bed was cozy and they came every morning to change the sheets. The breakfast was okay, this diner across the street had great food for a good price. Would probably stay there again.

The Best Western Envoy Inn is a great little bargain two blocks off the beach. If you don't want to stay at a casino, this is a nice option. Easy access to the beach/boardwalk, the Tanger Outlets, and the convention center.

Worst place I stayed in all the time I have been to Atlantic city. They are in the mist of remodeling . trash, smell rooms nasty, beds hard, tv small etc. staff probably had no choice to work so they can feed there children. But they know this place was a nightmare.

I always stay here when I go to Atlantic City. It is very convenient to all the attractions. You can walk to the beach, boardwalk and many of the Casinos. You are steps away from the Jitney that takes you almost anywhere you want to go. The service is excellent. They provide breakfast and there is a microwave and refrigerator in the room incase you want to provide your own food.

Booked a 3 day stay here while travelling in USA for a couple of weeks before staying South. As soon as we pulled into location we had beggars approaching us asking for money. If we hadn't pre paid for accommodations I would have left immediately. This is definitely not how we pictured Atlantic City close to the boardwalk. Every day we stayed we were approached!! The second night there was horrific screaming and yelling going on! Called front desk and said they were aware of it -we said it's sounds so badly the police need to be called. The police did come and they called for backup ...total of 3 cruisers here. When I spoke with front desk next day they said it's a very bad part of town which they are trying to clean up! How can this not be mentioned in a review. We did go drive further south and it was really pretty! Rooms here are very mediocre...we have stayed in worst rooms but the location is definitely poor! Washroom was so small and ceiling and walls not finished being painted-poorly patched up! The second layer of glaze all worn off. Back windows and doors are all boarded up!!? I think it's to keep people from entering the back!?! Pretty scary! No exit that way ! Breakfast was just OK. Nice people in the breakfast area trying to help you! Certainly looking forward to our next stop... If you are thinking of booking this Best Western - don't! Stay further south or at Borgotta or anywhere but on this street!

Got there early was one parking space available. Have to pay $10 a night for parking. Place is not big, but the room was clean and everything I needed. Went to Hotels.com to pay for my room. Caution, when making reservation through third party possibility room may not be available if you do not call hotel first to make sure they are not full for that day. A worker at the hotel told me this, if not correct please clarify. Decided to go to casino around 4 in the morning. Best Western about a block from the boardwalk and casino about three blocks. Decided to take taxi since i was by myself. Cost about $6. Glad I did, Overall enjoyed my stay. Continental breakfast starts at 7 am. 7 eleven across the street.

This hotel wasn't too bad. Looks like they tried to take an old place and update it. Leak from upstairs showing in our bathroom on 1st floor. Not a lot of parking. We stayed here because a little less expensive than casino hotels. Okay place to rest your head.

Not what I expected. I made a decision to stay here based on the price and reviews. Parking, you pay $10 a day to park in the hotel parking lot. The parking get full quick so your forced to park in the back BEWARE! So scary walking alone. Additionally, early in the day, they blocked off parking spaces, limiting parking for customers. Room, the rooms do not looks as nice as the photos. The room appeared clean but upon looking closer, it was not. The room smelled like urine, truly as if someone urined on the rug. One of the beds was broken and lompsided. Area, your better off staying on the boardwalk. Area, the area is so sketchy. Store, there is a 7elleven directly next to the building which appears to be a hangout spot for the local drug deals. Locals, when we left out of the room, two drug influenced people were sitting outside in front of their room door. Front desk worker, upon checking was really nice and helpful BUT the evening shift guy just wouldn't answer the phone. I called three times and finally had to go to the reception area. He comes running out with sleepy red eyes and then I hear a females voice ?????. Over all, I would not stay here again with the many options available here.

I stayed one night as I had meetings on the new Stockton U. campus about 1.5 miles from the Best Western. The staff is very helpful, the room was good, and breakfast was surprisingly tasty and filling. The area is like the rest of Atlantic City in that you need to keep your wits about you if you venture out at night. Compared to the alternatives it's the best value in the city and I plan to return next year when I have future meetings.

This was thee best hotel stay and the service was so great!! Mohammed was excellent!! The rooms were clean, staff was super friendly and the breakfast was great!!! This was a short trip but, we will be staying again!

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel while on a month long road trip. Front desk staff and breakfast room staff are super friendly. Our room on the fourth floor was nice and modern, spacious and I appreciated having a comfy chair and footstool. We left our car in the hotel lot and walked everywhere. The boardwalk is one block away, Tanger Outlets 15 minute walk away, Absecon lighthouse 15 minute walk away, several restaurants close by. The city is kind of run down but seems to be making an effort at revitalization. Everyone we passed, I assume locals and many of them looking homeless, greeted us with a good morning. No hassles at all. Hotel is not fancy, breakfast typical of free hotel breakfasts but it is unusual in that it offers gluten free choices. I love my Cheerios! I would stay here again.

The location is a couple of blocks off the boardwalk. Driving in the area looks a bit run down with an abondoned building on on side and a couple of vacant lots on another. However after exploring Atlantic City that is not all that unusual once you get a get a bit away anywhere along the boardwalk. As it turns out I never felt uncomfortable walking around the hotel even at night. The breakfast was in a small area with a smaller selection of items than most Best Western Hotels. The breakfast room was also uncomfortably warm. On the plus side though the very nice lady that attended to the breakfast area made a point out of making the waffles for you. Also a plus was it was as short walk to the Irish Pub which was a real treat.

Only spent 1 night, room was good beds were comfortable. Good water pressure and hot water, VERY good breakfast awesome and professional staff, location was ok. Cons : $10 to park had to park behind building.

Services were great and amenities adequate. Employees were very courteous. Check in and check out were on time with no delays. Help was available and response to needs were met on time. Will surely recommend this hotel to others coming to this area.

Book hotel as a last resort, but it appears it exceeds others in the area. Just be sure and look at the area. It's down in the very low parts of the city. It's quiet. But DO NOT expect to drive up to your typical BEST WESTERN

We stayed here one night on our way back from Cape May. It's easy to locate and navigate to the hotel. Only a few blocks from Hard Rock Casino. As of all AC, there are parts that are not as nice. I felt this was in a fairly safe neighborhood, although there are empty lots behind the hotel. The front desk staff were very helpful. We were originally in a room that smelled mildly of smoke. After calling down to the front desk, they told us to come down for a different room. The new room had no smell of smoke at all, on the fourth floor. The hotel went smoke-free on 7/1/18. However, the fourth floor had always been smoke-free. I would assume any lingering smell will go away with time. The room was clean and spacious. The only notable oddity was the toilet seat, as perhaps they use a seat that was not the right size. It's still work fine, I just noticed it was strange. The hallways do get a bit warm due to the sun, although the room was nice and cool. We slept well and didn't notice any noise. Breakfast was pretty good. There was a woman there to make the waffles and keep everything stocked. It had a good spread of foods. Some of the parking is below, but we parked in the lot behind the hotel. It seems safe but slightly out of the way. When we checked out, they allowed us to leave the car in the lot while we went to the casino.

Reserved a smoke free room, got here and the stench from the room was unbearable I told them and they said oh it's just the ac it's the only room we have. Breakfast is horrible, room dirty food/ debris on the floor bathroom sink not cleaned. Also have to pay $10 a day for parking. Don't waste your money here many other places to stay. This ruined our trip :(

This used to be a favorite hotel in Atlantic City. All I can say is NEVER AGAIN. Understanding that most hotel chains are changing to a non-smoking environment, we requested a 1st floor room. That request was honored no problem. We get to the room and it reeks of mildew. So my allergies go bonkers the first 5 minutes in. Unfortunately, it was a weekend so all the rooms were booked. The management did apologize. We were offered a room change the next day. My fiance had to clean out the AC in order to get the smell out. Then there were flies in the room. The room was dark and dingy and there was a huge water spot on the bathroom ceiling that was gross. The final kicker is when both of us could get no sleep because the bed was hard as a rock. Not the best thing when you have to drive 5 hours home. I'm very disappointed and not coming back.

We planned a short girls trip to AC, and wanted to find a cheap but relatively nice place to stay. Enter...Best Western Envoy Inn. I have to say I was pleasantly shocked at how the rooms look in person! Modern amenities, convenient parking, and a free breakfast to boot! My only gripes: the blankets on the bed were paper thin, I covered myself in my beach towel to warm up. And there seemed to be quite a few fruit flies. Other than that, i would mind staying here again.

This hotel was very clean. The room looked exactly as represented on the website. Room was clean, did not stink. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I do not recommend the hotel breakfast but other than that it was a great stay!

Stayed here two nights and loved the large rooms, but the surrounding area is very sketchy. Saw prostitutes and drug deals around the property. Had no idea what we were getting into. Breakfast room was hotter than Hades, room too small and too many people waiting so ate elsewhere. The staff needs to leave come all lobby doors and allow key card access only. Anyone can walk off the street and into the rooms. One block conform Boardwalk.

When i booked this getaway it was with the intention to relax in a change of scenery and shopping. I got all i wanted the location was convenient and definitely at walking distance from everything. I enjoyed my stay here because all we wanted was an air conditioned room with a comfortable bed, TV.

The rooms were comfy and big. Not many minutes from the boardwalk or city centre. On the negative side the surrounding area is a bit gritty, but that is a AC problem, so you really cant blame the hotel.

Great location in proximity to other venues but otherwise, wouldn't recommend. Hot hallways and had to walk around the building to park. The room had an odd odor to it and the space could've have been cleaner. Overlooked it all for a quick stay but wouldn't return.

I had no issues at this property. It functioned more like a hotel than a motel. It was very close to the boardwalk, casinos and bus terminal. Room was very clean. Everything worked. I really have nothing negative to say.

I chose this hotel based on being close to the boardwalk and close to a nearby laundromat because I was in the middle of a cross country and back motorcycle trip and had to wash clothes in order to have clean duds for the trip back to the west coast. This was the only hotel within walking distance of a laundromat and the boardwalk that also was reasonably priced and had good reviews here on TA. And those reviews were right, this is a nice. clean hotel with excellent rooms. The area of town around it could be better but that's no fault of the property. Recommended

The room was comfortable and had a Fridge and Microwave. The Wi-Fi worked well but had to log on a lot of the time. The fridge was very noisy all the time and had to turn off at night. There was free Parking at the Hotel. It was only one block from the Boardwalk. The breakfast was ok not much choice.

Two nights stay at start of road trip. Location although close to Boardwalk/Amenities was tired, run down and left you feeling uneasy going to and from the hotel. Room size was good, bathroom too small and with the light connected to a very noisy extraction fan. Breakfast was good in terms of quality although choice was limited but something hot available with helpful staff on call for assistance. If we were to return to Atlantic City again we wouldn't stay here.

We travelled to AC to help celebrate our daughter's birthday. We needed an alternative to staying at one of the casinos, and found it here. Rooms were clean, had a microwave, refrigerator and plenty of hot water. The staff was friendly and efficient. Plus we were one block from boardwalk, and close to where our daughter and friends were staying.

My stay was good just didn't like how the parking lot was set up. I think they don't have enough space. For all they guest.also the breakfast wasn't good but they can do better if it can be hot not cold

Stayed at Best Western Anvoy Atlantic City, only 1 night but would definitely go there again. Easy access to boardwalk, restaurants, casinos, $10 parking. Rooms and facilities clean (except pillow smell of cigarette smoke), but many pillows provided, so I did not have to use the smoky one. Priced a little high because of holiday weekend. Staff friendly, complimentary breakfast (impressive choices).

My stay was fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The accommodations were first rate and top notch. I am looking forward to going back on my next vacation trip. The experience was simply sensational. It was a great excursion.

Hotel is located a very convenient location( apprx. 5 Mins walk) which is close to sea and the casinos . The staffs were friendly and helpful. The rooms were good. We took two adjacent two-double bed rooms. As we visited on weekend, the rent was on the higher side. Breakfast was good but not of different varieties. If you are travelling via car, u probably have to take Paid parking (which is $10 for each car and $15 from 3rd onward) .

Not a nice area. There were restraunts and stores nearby. No cell reception had to leave room for cell service. Beds were comfy tho. Breakfast was average but went to restraunts to eat breakfast. Would I stay there again NO

Good size rooms. Very clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast is adequate to start your day. Staff are very obliging and only too willing to assist you. Less than a 10 minute walk to the main outlets area. Boardwalk is a 3 minute walk away. You can walk to all casinos.

Went to AC for the weekend, didn't want to spend a lot on a hotel room. Best Western Envoy was a decent place to stay. Free breakfast which consisted of eggs, sausage, waffles, boiled eggs, toast, muffins, bagels Danish, oatmeal, fruit, coffee and juices. Parking was $10 a day. Check in and out went nice and smooth. They should really make it a non smoking hotel. You could smell smoke in the hallways. Neighborhood was a little scary but, the rooms where nice. Convenience store and restaurants within walking distance. Housekeeping vacuumed, made beds and left fresh towels. If your looking for a good budget hotel 1 block from the boardwalk choose this one.

This hotel was crappy from the outside, and the front lobby was less then appealing, but once you are in the room, it is a lot nicer. The room was clean and had basic amenities, and for a one night stay that is all you need. The one downfall is that when I booked through tripadvisor.com, there was "FREE PARKING" advertised. When I brought it up to the front desk for them to honor that advertisement, the gentleman there had to call his manager to ask if he could. He eventually did and now all is good. They just need to take that off of the website so there is no more confusion with anyone else.

Can't beat the hotel for the money. The staff was great, location in the middle of everything. Standard breakfast items which meant that I didn't have to leave the room early to catch breakfast. Quite room which no banging or yelling in the halls. Even though I was across the hall from the breakfast area the staff was quiet and didn't even know they had set up.

The whole building is dirty and stinks as well as the rooms. Basically the fact that everyting is overused is the least concerning thing there! This hotel is seriously overpriced for what you get for your money. I completely don't understand how this hotel could get any better evaluation than horrible! The neighborhoud was very dangerous. We experienced people were shouting and fighting on the corridor during the night! We were not able to relax even a single minute because we were constantly scared during the 2 nights we spent there. Believe me, you don't want to go there.

Its ok but was overly priced for when I went, the outside appearance is horrible but inside is decent. courteous staff. Bed was very comfortable. Staff is helpful and very courteous. a few blocks away from the main hotels. the hotel was just ok. a weird smell throughout the hallway though

We were only there one night to attend an event at the AC convention center which is about a 15 minute walk from the Envoy Inn. The Resorts and Bally's casinos are also about a 15 minute walk but in opposite directions on the boardwalk.. We found the front desk people to be friendly and helpful. Now this is a motel, not one of the casino hotels so it does not have the casino amenities but motel looks to updated and very clean. The room was comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable. Room was pretty quiet but our room (201) is right on Pacific Ave so could get noisy if an emergency vehicle goes by. I would ask for a room further down the hall from the street if you are a light sleeper. It did not bother us. The parking lot is a tight fit if you have a larger car. Overall we were please with the Envoy Inn and would suggest it to those visiting and not looking for a pool and spas.

Good location for many activities and casinos. The staff was eager and willing to help out with anything. The room was clean, temperature was easily adjusted and the bathroom facilities and amenities were adequate.

I stayed here with friends on a recent trip to Atlantic City. I chose this hotel because there are no resort fees etc added to the rate like most properties in the area. Breakfast and parking is included. The room was very clean as described in most reviews here. Rooms with two beds are probably close to 300 square feet. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker all in the room. The location is good. The Hotel is right next to Ballys, Ceasers, Resorts and the Boardwalk. However, I was really concerned with the security. My brother whose name was also on the reservation checked in before me. He gave the Front Desk agent his name and they printed him keys without checking his ID. I would later stop by the Front Desk to grab another key for our room (room #310). Again, the agent did not ask for my ID and went ahead and printed me key. I feel if a complete stranger walked into the hotel and asked for a key to room #310 the agent would have printed one out with no questions asked. The service lacks professionalism but is friendly. I had forgot to bring a toothbrush and the Front Desk was able to provide me one. The fitness center is extremely small needs work. Only the treadmill was properly working. There are rooms on the street level that can be entered through the parking lot. Be sure to request a room on a higher floor. The Hotel is fine for a group of guys but I would not return here due to the safety concerns I mentioned. Just not worth it.

Great location... close to boardwalk,,, and great restaurants,, and casinos. Loved the breakfast and the price ??and the rooms are very clean, and hotel is pretty quiet, also loved the very friendly staff

From start to finish it was a very pleasant stay! Super kind and caring staff and very clean rooms! Highly recommend! Great breakfast too! Quiet and they do not charge extra for parking. Very short distance to the convention center. Will stay at again!

The hotel looks way better inside than the actual exterior. Check in was pleasant and quick. Rooms were clean, and the decor just felt cozy. Microwave, and fridge available in the rooms, was a plus. We would definitely stay at this hotel again....

Paid $102.20 for 1 night in a king suite with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower plus 2 sinks w/ mirrors , king sized bed, sleeper sofa, flat screen tv, mini fridge, microwave, free wifi, free breakfast included! The only thing that could have been improved would be how far away the tv was from the bed as it was difficult to see while laying down at night. Everything else was top notch!

You will enjoy your stay away from home like your home so be comfortable come to best western and be where you can stay away like you never left your house ,if you want food fun and comfort it's best Western your looking for!!!

The WiFi was horrible, incomplete toiletries. But for the price in the location is pretty good. It's not very clean on the corridor and they have some weird odors. The breakfast leave a lot to be desired.

Hotel was in a pretty rough neighborhood right beside a 7-Eleven and a Cheque Cash place. Say a few drug deals go down in the day and a half we spent their. Paid $250.00 per night which is way over priced for what we got. Breakfast was horrible with grey colored sausage and watery eggs. Coffee in the morning was even cold. The only bright side is that the parking is free on premise. Hotel elevator was broken for the two days we were there so we had to walk up to our room on the fourth floor. I am sure you can find something better for the price.

At first we were hesitant about staying at such an inexpensive hotel ... we could not have been more wrong. Clean, comfortable hotel rooms, incredibly friendly staff -- we were pleasantly surprised and would not hesitate to recommend it.

My friends and I recently got two adjoining king rooms at the Best Western Envoy Inn for an Atlantic City weekend getaway. It was their first time in AC and I decided to meet with them a week before in AC and hurried to book a room. I was looking outside the City for cheapness sake and found the Best Western to be priced well, and only slightly more than hotels along US30, and saw that it was in a perfect location by the boardwalk and in between Resorts and Bally's Caesars. I usually stay at Caesars, Bally's, or the Flagship so I was intrigued to try the BW. Overall I would say this hotel surpassed my expectations in many ways, as the rooms were renovated, were clean, and overall seemed comfortable. They also had a free breakfast which is a bit rare in AC. I did have a major issue before I even arrived. The morning before I arrived, I woke up to a fraud alert from my credit card company, and soon after, received a call from Citi Bank. They claimed they detected fraud as the hotel tried to charge my card. I told them I had a reservation and tried to call the hotel. I had to call several times before actually being able to reach someone at the front desk. They explained they run/charge the cards in advance to make sure guests are coming in on Fri/Sat. I told them not to charge me until I arrive and confirmed I was coming and had two rooms. At Check In, the gentlemen seemed to remember I had called, and explained what happened. There was two men at check in and both were friendly and hospitable. I'd say all of the staff I encountered was surprisingly friendly and pleasant. A special kudos to the woman at breakfast who rapidly prepared waffles for anyone who wanted one, Breakfast overall was just okay though, as the sitting area was tight and filled up quickly, and the sausage were terrible and inedible. The eggs weren't much better. The waffles were good and I also had yogurt and danish. I will say it was nice to have a free breakfast in AC. Parking was tight late at night and I did have to park behind the hotel at night due to parking lot being full. The immediate area around the hotel can seem sketchy, especially late at night, with a 7/11 next door. The hotel had all the exterior doors locked which helped us feel safe. We all liked our two rooms, 320 and 322, which were adjoined. They were smoking rooms but didn't smell of cigarette. My friends room did smell like pot however when we arrived but it dissipated. Only cons in my room were the nice seemingly newer bathroom lighting fixture in 320 was rusting, badly, and there was some mold on the ceilings in both bathrooms. My bed seemed a bit bouncy but I slept well. I also liked that the pillows were comfortable. On the second morning, while using the bathroom, the light suddenly shut off, and didn't come back on for about fifteen minutes. It was annoying that every time you turn on the bathroom light, a loud fan comes on as well, which can't be shut off separately. Our rooms were comfortable, relatively quiet, and had windows that opened. There was plenty of seating and we had flat screens, microwave, and fridge. The hallway in that section of the hotel was tight but we were right by the stairs which was nice. We all enjoyed our stays, slept well, were happy we chose the BW Envoy Inn, which was a good value, and perfectly situated. We walked to the boardwalk and to Resorts and Bally's. Our stay at the BW surpassed my expectations with good hospitality by staff and renovated comfortable rooms. There were some issues with our stay but I would consider returning here if the Casino hotels are overpriced when I visit AC again. I would recommend this hotel to others who are looking to be by the boardwalk without paying a fortune. Very nice hotel!

We had a wonderful night! Best Western is not on the Boardwalk of AC but definitely worth the value! Our room was very nice, very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was wonderful. All the employees are professional and very pleasant!

Although the hotel looks like blah from the outside, the room was excellent. Comfy, clean beds, great bathroom, blackout curtains, and thick walls so you don't hear your neighbors. Also, check in and check out were a breeze. And they offer free WiFi, breakfast, and parking!

We were not pleased with our first hotel. The BW Envoy had the rooms we needed at a very good rate. For the size and location, the rooms were as advertised and the staff seems eager to have us as guests. It was clean although small. Parking was tight but we felt safe.

Anyone that's looking for a great hotel chain with fantastic customer service, professional, great prices in Atlantic City New Jersey The Best Western Envoy is the place where you will feel right at home. Overall I only use Best Western Hotel/motels whenever I travel. Excellent breakfast, excellent rooms, amenities decor location Best Western Hotels should be your number one choice.

After leaving a big name casino hotel in disappointment I called best western and they were happy to help me out and very nice to boot. Rooms and hotel were clean and the beds were comfortable. Twice the service at half the price! The casinos and boardwalk are a pleasant stroll away and the outlets are even closer!

Excellent experience overall. Wonderful staff and room service. Looking forward to my next visit. Planning a longer stay. A very good variety of local restaurants, many with fast delivery service. Very satisfied.

Decided to stay here on our overnight visit to AC front desk was friendly and check-in was a breeze. Room was very clean. Overall appearance of hotel and cleanliness of hotel was nice. Would reccomend. Great for the price.

Spent a night with friends recently. Upon arriving I was somewhat dubious, the hotel needs work on the outside, very dated. Inside though, staff was friendly and rooms were clean and had been updated. We had adjoining rooms on the second floor, and were pleased overall with our stay. A continental breakfast is served on the second floor and was fine for a quick bite. Hotel was close to the boardwalk - about a block away.

I booked online a smoking, king for one night in advance and paid for to arrive and be told 2 lies...they only sent over non smoking reservation, not guaranteed smoking although thats what I paid for.

Celebrating my birthday, I had breakfast in Gardner's Basin,enjoyed the beach in Ventnor, dinner in DuckTown and stay at the BW in Atlantic City. An extremely enjoyable day and restful night sleep. Will be back soon.

Best Western Envoy Inn Hotel is very conveniently located hotel in Pacific Avenue of Atlantic City, New Jersey, with minutes walk to the Beach and Boardwalk (the longest in the world) where a lot of casinos are situated (e.g.Trump Plaza, Trump's Taj Mahal, Caesar's, Bally's, etc.) as well as shops, eateries, attractions, different events like Miss America Parade, etc. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast and the parking was free. The room was nice and comfortable, the bathroom clean, the toiletries satisfactory, the sleep quality above average (bed & pillows) and a coffee / tea maker was also provided, as well as electrical charging station was in the room. The service of the personnel was above average and they were polite and helpful. In general the value for money was very good (although I think there is enough space for amelioration & improvement of the hotel ) and I have intention to stay again at this accommodation property in the case in which I will be in town (Atlantic City), if the prices remain affordable and reasonable.

The hotel was clean and we didn't have any issues. The area it is in did look a little sketchy, but anywhere 1 block off the beach looked the same. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was clean. You can tell there have been some updates done. No pool, which is a bummer... Common areas were a little warm, but our a/c worked great. Breakfast area is small, but breakfast was good. Enough options to keep our family of four happy. Extremely close to the beach. We didn't venture out at night because we have 2 smaller children, and again the area was questionable. But all in all, it was a nice inexpensive stay and we would absolutely stay again.

The hotel room was decent and cute and clean! A non smoking floor as well which was nice since we had a baby with us or we would not have stayed there' We were passing through and chose the BW! The neighbourhood was sketchy as hell and we didn't feel like safest! When we got into the elevator-it sure smelt like someone just smoked a joint in there! ( not the hotels fault) Breakfast was ok, small room and super hot!bug a Nice lady working in there and helping out though! We slept well and had no issues

Atlantic City is my home. It was good to be back home and to stay in the Best Western. I was located where I wanted to be, close to everything and everbody..I enjoyed the time and accommodations and do plan to use the hotel again.

The clerks were awesome! Rooms were clean but we found two bugs. Location was horrible the area did not appear to be safe. Not a good place to be out walking at night. Lots of questionable activity in and near parking lot.

lobby was clean, staff was caring and friendly, breakfast was well prepared, rooms were spotless, bed was super soft and the showers were perfect. Overall we had a blast and will love to come back soon

The only good thing about this place was the location...one long block off the boardwalk. The air conditioning doesn't work in the hallways. Didn't work well in the room. Was excruciatingly hot in the breakfast room. The toilet ran all night. The extra light in the bathroom wouldn't shut off. The price was okay but still too high for this hotel. Best Western should take their name off it.

Not very welcoming to Kosher clientele who would like to see packages of muffins, bread etc to verify Kosher certification. Room was nice but hallway smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. Stayed here over another hotel specifically because of breakfast and I ended up with raisin bran. Very disappointed.

the bathroom has marijuana smell 24 hours, the halls are dirty, there is no security and it realy needs it, unsafe parking, urine smell in lobby, no locks on main doors that work , fighting all hours of the night 2 3 4 5am, seems like a shelter, and the neighborhood surrounding area is very bad.

The front desk staff was wonderful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was the walls were too thin. We were next to the fitness room and we could hear peoples convos early in the morning in there.

Good location, it is also across the street from the historical church, which is good, it's also next to 7/11 and very convenient, on the back, the boardwalk and beach are very close and the casinos are walking distance.

Very nice clean hotel with a friendly staff. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast could have been a little better. Very small room with a lot of guests and not a lot of tables. Other than that, a very nice little hotel. It's a shame that Atlantic City is a shell of its former glitter. A lot of closed down businesses, a lot of poverty and a lot of homeless people. Not too nice when you walk over to the 7-11 and people try to hit you up for money.

Not a lot of frills but its close to the boardwalk, close to a convenience store and on-site parking. The breakfast was better than your average bagels and danish. The A/C was cold and the room wasn't bad, the bed was very comfortable. A decent value!

Staff was wonderful room was nice! Location was rough for walking at night if location was better for bar hopping we would have stayed again but next time we will pay more to stay on the strip If you stay you must go to perrys for breakfast the irish pub for apps and must take a trip over to Little Water Distillery awesome drinks cool tour great group of guys

Nice option if you want to save money by not staying on the boardwalk in Atlantic City. Easy walk to boardwalk and beach. We used our beach buggy to transport our chairs and towels. We got sandwiches/salads at the next door 7/11 for lunch. Much cheaper and healthier than the boardwalk food.

In my opinion the Best Western Envoy is one of the best values in AC. I have stayed there several times and it is always clean. The staff is eager to help and will not accept a tip. The free Wi-Fi and full breakfast are ways to keep my cost down. Another advantage is that it is across the street from a 7-11. I was there with my wife and will be back next month with my son and my grandson who will be 21 by then. My son and I have stayed at the Envoy for years and this will be my grandson's first trip to AC.

Enjoyed everything this hotel had to offer and the room was comfortable and clean and it made my stay even more enjoyable. I would recommend everyone to stay at this BW close to everything and the service was beyond helpful.

The hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable; however, venturing outside of the hotel feels unsafe due to the shady characters that either live or hang out in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. I walked right through the middle of a drug deal on my way from the hotel to dinner at the Tropicana, which was only about a half mile away from the hotel. Next time I think I'll spring for one of the resort hotels at, or closer to, the boardwalk, even though they're more expensive than the Best Western. Also, if you're driving, be warned, although parking is free, the parking spaces are tight.

My girl and I decided to go to Atlantic City over the weekend for my b day, so I booked this hotel at the last minute. It was way overpriced, but like I said I booked it at the last minute on priceline.com so there's that. The overall experience was average, there really isn't anything spectacular about BW, its just a plain jane type of hotel, also not for nothing the free continental breakfast was pretty good just throwing that out there. Oh I almost forgot they don't have a pool which sucks btw.

Our stay at this location was alright. The stay could of been a little better if the tv in the room was working properly and the breakfast service was in a more orderly fashion. We felt like cattle in a small room bumping into to each other just to get a plate of what ever was being served to eat for breakfast.

My room was very clean and the fridge and microwave was a big help in keeping and warming the pizza i ordered .The front desk and staff members i came in contact with were very friendly .There is a seven eleven next door and liquor store if you wish to get a bottle of wine the Jitney stops almost in front of the hotel . As a single woman I felt safe coming in after 1 am from hanging out at the casino .I would consider staying there again it's worth the bargain cheap price , good breakfast , within walking distance to some casinos , fridge and microwave plus the Jitney stop is right there if you need to go much further this is a great bargain .There are locals in the area but hey they live there no one bother me .

Nice hotel.. Would not suggest walking out on the streets late at night.. If you do carry mace or pepper spray and be alert.... Lots of lil punks running around this part of town.. Besides that its nice.. Good staff. Very clean rooms.. Safe parking..

Hotel was clean, staff were very helpful and friendly. There is no pool, and the parking situation is not the best. More than likely you will have to park in the back lot, but there are cameras and the front desk can see the lot at all times. The location is excellent, a very short 2 minute walk to boardwalk. There is a cute Irish Pub on the way, highly recommend stopping in. The neighborhood is scary though, but that is Atlantic City for you. Boardwalk was nice, lots of police presence so a safe environment.

The hotel was clean and rooms were nicely presentable. The area is horrible and not one bit acceptable for families for sure and not an area I would walk at night. I would spend more money, even though everything is very expensive and stay in a casino or resort and not in the area of this hotel.

Everything was good the only issue we had was a stain on the bed sheets, also if it had a pool it would've been complete. It was a good walk away from the boardwalk and the staff was very friendly. Parking was a little different with them having 3 different areas to park but they had somewhere for us to park when it was packed.

It was a great stay. Close to thr beach plus parking. Convience store right actoss the street. Even thr dimonos deliver was great. Roomd are super clean and was so glad to see not a microwave but fridge too. Highly recommand

Great friendly staff, nice clean rooms. Breakfast was great. Conveniently located to boardwalk and a few other attractions. The bed was the hardest thing I've ever experienced in my life. It felt like plywood with a blanket on top. The WiFi is useless. You can connect to it but nothing will load. Not the nicest neighborhood, saw a few junkies but was alright. Parking was tricky but possible if you know how to drive your car.

Hotel is great! They work with you with any issue you may have. They give you wifi password and parking pass upon check-in. We had two cars one room and gave us an extra pass with no problem. There are no hotel fees. There is free breakfast and It was perfect, I am not big on getting up early for breakfast so it was simple and easy. Staff is there to make your waffle as you prepare the rest of our food. Housekeeping was quiet and worked fast. Accommodated us with everything we needed. 7/11 and liquor store is across the street and so is a western union. Rite is about 3 Blocks and so Is Bally's casino. Boardwalk and everything is walking distance. Besides the weird ppl around at night which there wasn't much of. I felt very safe. It was A busy street so you never felt secluded, or unsafe. Check-out was at 12 but they didn't rush us at all. I had a great stay.

Very scary area to check into at night. A ton of urban nightlife in and around the hotel. Location is near casinos and boardwalk. Just a very s etch you area to stay at. I will rethink my selection if I ever return to Atlantic City

The 4th of July weekend is not the best place the so called Best Western. Parking for BW needs to be better for the amount of people coming in for the weekend. Praking should be complimentary for suckey parking options.

Decent stay, a bit further from boardwalk than expected. Clean and comfortable rooms. Front desk staff very nice.loved the bathroom, wished they had a better view, vending machines in floors would be nice and a bigger and cooler breakfast room is needed along with wider variety of breakfast.

The hote may have remodeled rooms but the hotel is in need of repair. The area this hotel is located in needs to be researched before booking a room here. I did not feel safe in this area of town. There was a lot of people hanging around on the street corners waiting for some action.

We arrived early and were able to check in early. Great service, Awesome breakfast. Right off the boardwalk with a twenty four hour convienance store right across the street for those late night ice cream trips.

We stayed at the Best Western Envoy inn this past weekend. The hotel is one block behind the boardwalk, in a sketchy area. There is a 7-11 and a liquor store next door. The outside of the hotel and the lobby are very run down. We were nervous about what our room would look like once we were checked in, and we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are newly remodeled, with a mini fridge and microwave in each room. The bathroom is a bit small, but functional. The hallways are not air conditioned, so you get very warm when walking in the halls. The hotel offers free breakfast with your stay. The breakfast room is on the second floor in a suite that had been remodeled for the breakfast area. It was very warm in there too, so we brought our food back to our room each day. They offered a make your own waffle station, scrambled eggs and sausage, bagels & cereal. If you are looking for an affordable hotel near the Atlantic City boardwalk, but don't want to pay the boardwalk hotel and resort fee prices and don't mind the area, this is the place to stay!

Staff at this hotel are very helpful and friendly. It is conveniently located to the boardwalk. Jitney stop is right at the hotel and will take a senior to all the area attractions for $0.75. The front desk staff was extremely helpful!

Everyone was helpful. It was close to the beach bars and walking distance to some casinos! We would definitely book this hotel again! The breakfast was good as well and it was great having delivery for food 24 hrs!

The first time I stayed at this hotel I very pleased at the rooms up to date furniture very clean bathrooms the area a Lil shady but overall you will be happy with your stay at the Best Western I would stay again here

Very convenient to Boardwalk and Beach. Comfortable and clean. Water pressure in shower great. Staff friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again. I would suggest some air circulation in elevator and hallways.

The price is perfectly affordable when in a group. The internet is lacking when it comes to video/streaming speed but gets research and documents done. But be careful of the area due to people following you or possibly damaging your vehicle since it is not a safer area in the city.

I only stayed 1 night at this location. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was nice. It's also located close to the boardwalk. However, it is way too expensive for what you're getting. Also, the neighborhood is super sketch. I saw a meth addict outside the front of the place clearly soliciting her services. Honestly, pay the $50-100 more and stay at one of the casinos. It's a much better use of your money.

Hotel was decent for the price I booked it for. Stayed in AC for 2 nights for a convention. Staff wasn't the friendliest, just going through the motions. Cleaning staff was sub-par at best when cleaning rooms while we were away. Internet was terrible, couldn't even load Google. For the price if you book early, it's not a bad option, but for more than 1 night, I'd pay $100 more to stay somewhere better. There is a motel next to this place that is essentially connected and it had shady people outside making noise at all hours of the day and night. Shared parking too.

Believe the bad reviews! Each one is accurate. My hubby and I stay here for our last min getaway for our anniversary. I was looking for a good deal, and I totally dismissed the poor reviews of this hotel and regret staying here. The rooms although say "non smoking" smelled of a heavy smoker! The ways were thin and we could hear everything going on in the room next door. Not to mention how we were awaken at the crack of dawn by the housekeeper who was rummaging through the utility closet outside of our door. The worst! Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $50/75 for a better hotel.

Our experience in the hotel was over the top! the hotel was very clean, everything looks brand new and well taken cared of, staff were super friendly and accommodating, they were above and beyond their service!

We were there about an hour...we went to stay elsewhere. The hotel and the area were very run down. Staff was curt and unwelcoming. We did get to be entertained by the hooker meeting her customer in front of the hotel. I know AC has some less than desirable areas, but this was awful. The rooms were nice enough inside and the internet was efficient enough to allow us to book a different place to stay quickly. There are always positives.

Nice staff, decent breakfast options, great check in and check out time. I was actually impressed by the hotel because the outside of the hotel's decor isn't the best but the inside of the rooms look neat and great!! A 12 pm check out time is great compared to other hotels 11 am or earlier check out times!!

This place was more than what I expected I stayed for three days last month and had free decent actually preety darn good breakfast each morning. Free parking and no resort fees. The room was clean and in order I will return. If I had stayed anywhere else since this hotel in on the boardwalk but any casino hotels it would have been 200 a night with resort fees and you can take the jitney for a couple bucks only takes 10 minutes and your at any casino.

The hotel did not seem like it was in a good neighbourhood but the rooms were nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good but served in plastic plates and cutlery. The breakfast buffet had a nice choice of food, yoghurts and similar. The check in was easy and fast, staff was nice.

Stayed here last saturday night very last minute. Comfortable and clean, staff very friendly and accomodating. Excellent breakfast, more than continental...homemade waffles, eggs, sausage, etc... Walking distance to the Irish Pub and the beach and boardwalk.. Free parking. Will definitely stay again..soon

This best western is the next best thing to the casino maybe even equal comfort that's close to the boardwalk. I have been staying at this location for years. I even have a favorite room. They since have remodeled and it's really nice modern decor. It's generally inexpensive, but can sometimes be the same rate as the casinos because of its popularity. I always enjoy my stay and it's close to everything. One block from the boardwalk. There is a seven eleven across the street that has everything. There is a rite aid, liquor store, restaurants and laundromat few steps away. Highly recommend this location and nice staff in the lobby.

Checkout staff was super rude. rooms were clean and well equipped. However someone smoked weed in the non-smoking area in the morning and it was horrible smell. Location is amazing. Most of the staff is amazing, enjoyed talking to them.

Efficient front desk personnel, good accommodation and close to public transport (jitney). Walking distance to most of what Atlantic City has to offer. Free internet and breakfast are a bonus. Plenty of parking as well.

The rooms were very clean but small. The internet was off and on. It kept cutting off, so the internet was not good enough for me. It was quite good because the food in the area. Enjoyed the stay and will stay again if need to.

I had stayed at the Envoy several years ago. I went to another hotel because of the bad internet accessibility and the could-not-care-less-attitude of the staff. This stay was totally different. The hotel had a major overhaul and was excellent. The bed was fantastic, everything was clean, and the free breakfast was a deal maker. It included sausage, eggs, made to order waffles, etc. We will be back in June. As far as I am concerned it is the best value to price in Atlantic City.

I enjoyed my stay, It was a good experience with no problems. It was nice having breakfast, I did not have to worry about driving to feed my children. It was a very pleasant experience for myself and family

Our stay was a decent value for the money, but with little effort it could have been cleaner outside & inside. There was also no sign on the hotel. Not all electric outlets worked in the room & the bathroom was the smallest I've encountered while traveling.

See AC unit not working. We smell smoke and bad odor in room. We could not shower because the bathroom was broken and filthy. The capers in the hallway was riped. The curtain in the room was full of dust

The man at the front desk Ali was exceptional!! We arrived at 8am and check in wasn't till 3pm. He gave us our room immediately at no extra cost. We had a king suite. The room was immaculate. Very spacious and felt like a mini apartment. Continental breakfast was a step up , including sausage, egg patties and waffles. They had multiple toppings including shredded cheddar, salsa , strawberry & blueberry sauce. We didn't go out till the afternoon the 3 days we stayed and the maids were very accommodating making up our room when we wanted. Overall it was a very enjoyable visit and I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel has been newly renovated, so a lot is new. Oddly, they don't appear to have invested in linens, the duvet is ridiculously thin and the pillows are small and flat. They have a nice breakfast, but the breakfast space is small so there is no place to sit if they are busy. Worst is the parking, there is a small parking lot that is visible from the street and front desk, in addition to all the rooms. But when that fills up you have to park in the other lot which is on a dark abandoned street.

Enjoyed a midweek stay. Exterior was undergoing renovation, Inside public areas and room very clean and comfortable. Staff was great. Overall an excellent experience and great value. One significant drawback; hotel is located in a very run down and questionable neighborhood just 2 blocks from the boardwalk.

I stayed in a smoking room and it was beautiful, clean and cozy. The staff was great and so nice. Cameron was very good at greeting me and my husband upon arrival. I am planning another trip there and will stay there while on our next vacation.

Not recommended. We arrived late at night on a Friday to check in, and had the hardest time finding the place- apparently it's undergoing renovations and the Best Western sign was removed. Pulling up, it wasn't in a spectacular area, either. Good for BW for doing renovations, because this place needs it. We parked under the overhang at part of the hotel in a bit of a haphazard way so as not to block anyone else in, since it was so late. Of course, the next morning we were blocked in as we tried to leave. Parking was a nightmare, as there just wasn't enough spaces for everyone and the overflow parking was way behind the building. I am also on crutches, and the handicapped parking was incredibly far away from the office. The rooms themselves are decent and moderately clean, though there was an obvious layer of dirt near the air conditioner where it hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom shower curtain was ripped all along the top, and the duvet on the bed was simply a standard-issue blue blanket covered in a white sheet. Breakfast was standard continental fare, and there's a lady who offers to make your waffles for you within viewing distance of the tip jar. It's cool, I can make my own waffles, especially because the directions are right above the machine. The worst part was how thin the walls are doors are. We were up at all hours of the night due to drunks in the hallway and in the parking lot partying. For the money we paid it was absolutely not worth it, and especially not a great representation of the Best Western brand. I get that this is AC, but some of us aren't up at 3am breaking bottles in the parking lot or running the halls. All in all, this hotel needs a lot more than just renovations outside.

It is located very close to New York City. They provide transportation to New York City. Excellent Breakfast, spacious Bedroom and friendly hosts. The Breakfast was include in the price. But at the Breakfast time it was crowded; little sitting room. It is easily approachable from the High Way.

Best hotel in town. very close to the boardwalk. comfortable, clean. Good breakfast, attention to detail. All services offered are very good / excelent. I'll make Best West one of my choices in the future.

We had a great time in this hotel. Hotel was not to far from all the attraction, very close to the outlets, where we went shopping 2 days in a row. A little chilly at this time of year but over all staff were great and helpful. Will stay again.

I have been staying at this hotel now everytime I visit Atlantic City instead of the casino hotels because of the location & the ease and convenience of the stay. It is close to the boardwalk, the casinos, the shopping outlets and the jitney stops right in front of the hotel if you need it.

The rooms are immaculate and beautifully renovated, the facade is next. Do not be put off! Management is excellent: both competent and friendly. Great assisstance was given in printing boarding cards due to a malfunction of the business center. Breakfast is simple and good, the BEST fresh waffles ever in a hotel, crisp yet fluffy, I loved them. Location is good, a few hundred yards from the Boardwalk, neat to the Steel Pier. We recommend Harry's Oyster bar - relatively cheap and FRESH. Delicious. Nestled in Bally's. I can only recommend this hotel.

The room we had was two double beds. It was very clean, and nicely arranged. The microwave and refrigerator came in very handy since we had two little ones. The location is only 5 minutes away from the boardwalk. I would say it's a very good hotel to stay if you have a budget to control.

forget the internet, it does NOT work, it smell terrible, and the room is not clean. it is a very noise hotel. staff was not that helpful. Only redeeming things was that parking was included. the are does not look that safe either.

Arriving at the hotel was somewhat daunting as the area appeared rather downbeat. We were to discover that the same applied to much of Atlantic City. However, the hotel was very nice and well run. The receptionist was very helpful in providing us with a room on the top floor in as quiet a part of the corridor as possible which was nice of him as the hotel was full that evening. We walked to Ballys casino which was only four blocks away and after our initial concerns the area did not feel too unsafe. Be aware that there seems to be a lot of unrest in the city with the casino staff and quite a few of the major casinos are closing down including the Taj.

Enjoyed the breakfast, clean and comfortable room. I was impressed with the great level of service and attention to detail. Close proximity to boardwalk and other attractions all within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again in the very near future

Just needed to stay in AC for one night… to see the Miss America Show. This hotel was perfect location for the steel piers and the Broadwalk Hall. Room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The guy in the front dest was police. For my stay of one night…it was perfect. However, I will stay here again if I had to. Oh there is a Seven 11 right next to this hotel which is very convenient!

It was a great stay at the Envoy/Best Western Hotel a short distance from the world famous boardwalk on the Atlantic shores . Lots of things to do and more resteruants than one person would ever need. the weather could not have been any better,very beautiful and walking distance to anywhere you wanted to go

Well let me start by saying for what we paid I thought it was going to be a very unclean place but when we walked in the room, it was beautiful. You didn't even notice the prostitution and drug rings outside lol. Great free parking. Convenient walk to the pier and quick stroll to 711 and the check cashing place. Check in was easy. Only con was that our second night we had to switch rooms and let me say the second room was gross and poorly designed. Whatever it made due.

A convenient location for the price. A little walk from the casinos and shopping area. Next to a 7-Eleven. Good breakfast, which you can take to your room. Surrounding area's not the best but it's not the worst either.

Check your bedding daily, I was very shocked Best Western use to be very reliable. I guess things have changed ?? The room was great until I woke up and saw blood on my bed that wasn't there when I went to sleep. I won't recommend this hotel if you'd like a worry free stay.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only problem was parking. After a certain hour we had to park down the street because their lot was full. The towels were a little hard and rough but overall it was a great stay. Also the soul food restaurant across the street was fantastic and the Happy Hour was great...

Located very close to the Boardwalk. Staff was Great. Room looked better than I expected. Amenities were great. Clean & comfortable. Continental Breakfast is AWFUL!!! Other than the breakfast I would stay again. I can eat elsewhere.

Hotel was perfect - clean, safe & convenient. Breakfast was tasty! Hotel Staff was very accommodating & pleasant to deal with. My 3 kids were with me & even they thought the hotel stay was great. the ladies that ran the breakfast room were especially gracious & helpful every morning with making sure everyone got what they wanted.

This is my second Best Western stay in the last 5 years. BW is always a little above others such as Choice Hotel. BW seems to have more classy designs for their properties and things seem to be cleaner. It is a very good value to stay at BW.

This was a get away stay for me. Only an hour away from home but the place made me feel like I was far away. The accommodations are just perfect. Not very expensive. Very impressed with the room. Hot shower(tub)Microwave, firdge,good air conditioning, Clean.. Only 2 blocks away from the boardwalk. Excellent location at a good price. Very highly recommended..

When we arrived at this hotel we were greeted by Ali - what a great guy and so friendly and helpful! Our original booking put us in a smoking room, not appropriate for our family of four, so, Ali put us in the jacuzzi king suite at no extra charge for our 2 night stay. We were thankful and very impressed with the room. It was clean and large. The bathroom itself perfect for the 4 of us. The fridge was in great working order and was perfect to store our snacks! We needed an extra cot, pillow and blankets and the staff was very diligent and fast in delivery ensuring we were satisfied with everything. A free hot breakfast was also available. The space is tight and we all managed to find something we enjoyed. Okay for free. The only glitch we ran into was when requesting another cot for our room. The night staff insisted they needed $30 cash to get one for us. This was rather suspicious, however, we did convince him that he has our credit card and could charge our room for it. We later found out, this is normal practise when you have already paid for your room. I think the management team should revise this procedure. Parking is tight, but no extra charge and Wifi worked perfectly. The location to the boardwalk and beach are 1 block away and a 5minute walk. I was a little nervous about the neighborhood based on some previous reviews, however, we had no issues, felt fairly safe (police monitored) and only spent one night walking back at around 11pm. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again. Thanks Ali!

We only stayed 2 nights, but the location was perfect. Clean room, friendly staff. Hot breakfast as well as grab and go options available. Within walking distance of the boardwalk, we never moved our car from check in to check out, it was wonderful. Basic, no frills hotel, but clean with a fitness center and complimentary breakfast, so everything we needed.

This place is great for those who want to just go to the beach without paying a lot to stay in casinos ..clean room, friendly staff, room is actually very nice and updated...stay here and save money....

We decided Saturday morning to go to A.C. for the night (from North Jersey)... looked online for a hotel that was reasonably close to boardwalk and casinos and priced below saturday night casino rates... this hotel fit that criteria... 2 blocks from boardwalk... essentially between resorts and ballys... good location (although other reviews are right about strip bars on street between boardwalk and hotel)... hotel is older and no frills - but clean, comfortable (air conditioner in our 4th floor room worked great), and certainly adequate... i would certainly recommend this hotel as a reasonably priced place to spend an overnight

This hotel was wonderful! Our room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. All staff we encountered, from front desk, maids and breakfast room were professional, friendly and very helpful. The wonderful free breakfast, free internet and free parking put this hotel over the top! Thanks for a wonderful vacation stay!

The Good: Clean bed that was set up nicely. Clean bathroom. The Bad: Found one tiny spot on blanket after it was changed one day by housekeeping but just threw off bed and didn't use. Checked all other sheets and clean. Microwave and mini fridge. View out window kinda sucked- all we could see was the side of a brick building. Disappointing and had to close blinds because of it during day. Location not good- we did not feel safe at night or early in the morning. Lots of nasty strip clubs on the way to the beach and lots of homeless/shady people and run down housing. Not a nice walk to the beach but is like a 3-4 min walk to beach. Wont stay here again probably just because of safety and view.

The hotel was great for the price, staff kind, the food was good & the room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable to sleep on, however some of the guest were a little loud late at night in the hallways.

Staff was very friendly and helpful!!! Good location, couple blocks from outlet shops and 3min walk to the beach and board walk. Neighborhood is not the best at night. But it is a good place to stay overall.

Great Beach Hotel for the price. (2 blocks from beach) We were vey pleased with the clean room & fantastic customer service! The staff were very kind allowing us to check in early at 10:30 am and check out late at 1 pm as well as permit us to keep our vehicle in their parking lot those extra hours plus a few more hours following check out so we could continue to enjoy the beach without having to find another parking location. The breakfast was good, too. Only negatives were that the location seemed a bit unsafe so we (3 ladies) made sure to be in our room by dark and it was noisy outside during the night making it hard to sleep.

I love staying at this hotel. It is right near everything - the beach, the boardwalk, the casinos and the shopping outlets with plenty of restaurants to choose from. For added convenience, the Jitney stop is right in front of the hotel which will bring you anywhere on Pacific Avenue and to all of the casinos on the marina too. Perfect.

I wanted to visit Atlantic City for the 4th of July to see the fireworks. The first hotel I stayed at was filthy and the staff was unprofessional. I contacted Best Western to book a room since I refused to stay in the one I was at. Fortunately, I was able to book a room with Best Western Envoy Inn. This hotel saved my trip. I was so satisfied with the price, cleanliness, and professionalism of the staff. To top is off the continental breakfast was great.

We were looking for a relatively inexpensive beach (mini) vacation in Atlantic City. We aren't gamblers so didn't want to spend the $$$ for a casino/hotel so did some shopping on TA and it came down to this hotel and another similarly priced one. We chose this one as it fit our personalities a little better and offered breakfast. We were in AC during the week, so it was not as crowded as a weekend stay would be, so keep that in mind... The 4th floor room was quiet (we overlooked St. James St) and the a/c worked very well which was nice since the hallways were not. Room was clean and everything worked (even the remote). Breakfast was decent--waffles, egg and sausage patties, toast, mini bagels, pastries, cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, juice, etc. The hotel is about two blocks from the boardwalk/beach and not too far a walk to the steel pier or Ballys/Caesars or other casinos (suggest walking down NY ave) and the Jitney picks up right on the corner outside the hotel to get you anywhere else. And parking was free. The only negatives (if you want to call them that) were: When we first arrived, some people (guests?) were drinking/loitering by the cars in the lot but after we mentioned it to the front desk, they must have said something as the partiers were gone a short time later. Also, my husband needed to do some work over a VPN while we were there and the (free) wifi would kick him off after a few minutes so he was unable to get his work done. And the breakfast area is set up in a "U", so guests were getting in each other's way to get what they wanted/needed. There was a staffer preparing the waffles to try to help with that part, but I don't know if it did. And this was during the week. I can't imagine how crowded it could get over a busy weekend. Overall, a good experience and we had a good time while in AC.

This hotel is very close to the mid section of the boardwalk, abt 3-5 minutes walk. The rooms are very clean,with a nice scent .The price are much less cheaper than the casinos which are close by. It has free breakfast , parking and high speed internet. Felt safe walking back from boardwalk at 2 am. Breakfast has a lot of choices including hot foods. It has fridge and microwave.

Over all it was a good stay for the money. The location is not the best, however it has a store across the street and the walk to the beach is very close. The breakfast was very good. I would recommend this hotel.

Customer Service was not great and the way the hotel is set-up, you should request a room on the 3rd or 4th floor. The second floor rooms are bad b/c that's where they serve "breakfast" and it gets very noisy. It's also right above where the cars are parked and you may feel vibrations when sleeping.

I visited this hotel with my friend earlier this week and stayed for two nights. We enjoyed our stay, very close to the board walk. Very nice complement breakfast, room was spacious and beds were very comfortable. Very nice staff. will come back and stay at this hotel again.

This hotel had an ant problem, was extremely loud, we found hair on our towels, and someone else was given the key to our room at midnight. NEVER AGAIN! We stayed at several Best Westerns on our vacation, this was by far the WORST.

I would advise my friends to consider best western when they are travelling. I stopped at this hotel while i was in Atlantic City it was a very nice experience, the reception was knowledgeable, the breakfast good and the room very clean.

This particular Best Western Hotel in Atlantic City , really sucked . The online prices and the prices they tell you at the desk , contradict each other . Also , i was charged for parking . I surely hope that hotel goes out of business. Stay far away from this hotel !!!!

Rooms were very nice. Unfortunately, we had to switch rooms during our stay, because the toilet flusher broke off and flooded the room. The bed was very comfortable and the setup was good for a business stay. They require a hold for incidentals at check in, I don't know why, as they have nothing for you to charge to the room. All in all, a good experience minus the toilet.

Very good experience here at the Best Western. The location could not be beat. The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean and the front desk staff were very nice. We did not eat free breakfast here but the woman who worked in the kitchenette was very nice, offering to make whatever we wanted. One star off for parking which was very tight and very full. The hotel has a parking lot in rear but it is not within sight of anyone. I did not feel comfortable with my car there. There is a camera on building over parking lot so maybe it is monitored but not sure. I would definitely stay here again though.

Was within walking distance of the boardwalk. Room was ok, it served its purpose. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Had extras we were not expecting. Staff was friendly. Housekeeper went out of her way to help guests with breakfast.

The staff at check in and check out were exceptional. Ali was very good and that is why I gave the service here a good rating. The room was average, but within less than 24hours after leaving the hotel, I broke out in a rash/skin irritation that I have never had before. Between the possibility of bed bugs, unclean sheets/towels, or something else in the room, I am led to believe I got the skin irritation somehow during my stay. I my consider this place again, but it will be a long time until I do. I like the Best Western brand, but I had a disappointing experience here that I have not had at any other Best Western hotel. I stay at BW hotels approximately 25 times a year between business and leisure.

We were passing through town on our way to New York. We only stayed one night, but enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean, perfect location to us first timers to the city. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

This hotel is a very good value, easy walking distance to the boardwalk, and free parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I often stay at Best Westerns, and I would say the room was a bit below Best Western average. The bathroom was tiny. The street noise was a bit of an issue. But it is tough to beat for the price.

Clean and comfy room, lots of space. Short walk from the boardwalk and all the action. Continental breakfast was ok, we have seen worst and better. Enjoyed free parking. Make sure your A/C works well if you're staying on the upper level... it gets really but really hot and humid. Overall for the price it was really good. Would go back again.

Great hotel. I was happy with the stay and would stay again in the future. The room was clean. There is a gym. I was happy with the breakfast. The cost was cheap. I am please. My friend was very happy too. I would recommend this hotel to my friends...no need to stay at the big hotel going forward.

Great hotel for the price compared to the pricier casino hotels. Room was clean and updated. Walls are thin though. You can hear people in the hallway, which woke us up in the middle of the night. We would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at Best Western and was pleasantly surprised to see that our room was just as updated as the more expensive casino hotels in the area. The only negative is the walls are thin. You can hear rowdy guests in the hallway returning their room at 3:00am in the morning which woke us up.

When I checked in the staff was friendly and the room was in excellent condition. My children had a really good time and they were really impress at the quality of the room. My son enjoyed the fitness room and the breakfast room. The internet was fast and we had a nice view from our window. My children and I will stay at Best Western again. So whoever is reading this you won't be disappointed.

Service was terrible, could not get any one on the phone to ask questions, there was only one GSR in the lobby. the breakfast was cold, room was dirty, floor never vacuumed, only one bar of soap, only one set of towels of each size

Like Atlantic City itself, this hotel is past its prime. The room was small with no view and out-dated furnishings. Walls are rather thin so you can easily hear your neighbours. The breakfast was sparse with waffles being the only hot item. If you are going to Atlantic City to gamble, stay at one of the casino hotels where you can probably get a decent rate as the place was almost empty during my visit in late March.

This is a great hotel to stay in if attending a conference. It is a nice walk to the conference centre, breakfast is included which is very nice. Staff are very helpful and accommodated all of our requests.

Overall this is seems to be a pretty good hotel. It's an older building but has been updated and the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is tiny but certainly served all of the major duties you'd expect from a bathroom and the water was plenty hot. Walls are a little thin and other guests seem to be rude and like to make noise in the hallway which can easily be heard, but that's not the fault of the hotel. There is a $5 a night charge for parking which was noted when I made the reservations and is clearly noted on the hotel's web site. It is interesting that you have pay cash for the parking and they won't add it to your credit card. So make sure you have enough cash in your pocket to cover your night's parking. Parking is very tight in the front lot, which makes it hard to get in and out of your car. There's an overflow lot in the back, but it's kind of dark and scary back there. Although only a block from the boardwalk the neighborhood is a little sketchy. If you decide to walk up to the boardwalk use New York Ave. as it seems drug deals are done on St. James Place. You'd think Atlantic City would try harder to keep their beach block free of these kinds of activities. I'd stay there again to avoid the high cost of the casinos on the weekends.

I just needed a night out of the house. I decided to stay at the Best Western in Atlantic City. Although, it was a little pricey I enjoyed my stay. I recommend this hotel to everyone that may need a break.

I stayed here for my first time in Atlantic City. It was close to boardwalk which is why I chose it. The hotel itself was okay, clean for the most part, but lots of apparent pot smoking going on either by staff or residents. It smelled terrible and there were parties going on, on the 3rd floor where I stayed out that got kind of loud at night. Besides that, it was an okay staff with free continental breakfast. Outside the hotel, very shady and vagrants and lots of people hanging out on corners. The 7-11 is next door which is convenient if you want some cheap food, but did not appear safe and I felt scared walking to it and walking up to boardwalk in the night. The casinos were close as well and easy to walk to on sidewalks. I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel if you have children. I don't think I even saw an elevator, so one would have to use the stairs.

The hotel is clean and the rooms were pretty nice. They have free breakfast which was good. It was cheap compared to other hotels but it is in a sketchy area. I could hear people outside arguing 2 in the morning and then a fire alarm went off in the room on my floor. Other than that it was ok for two days.

Clean and comfortable room. Great value. I always stay at Best Western when I can, as you know you will get a good breakfast. There are never any surprises with the room. They are always very modern, clean and comfortable. Plus the locations are good and convenient.

The staff is great: both front desk and housekeeping employees are friendly, polite, and professional. The room was clean and attractive. Breakfast was nice (Sunday morning included hot eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, and salsa) and consisted of Make Your Own Belgian waffles, mini bagels, toast, muffins, bananas, oatmeal, cold cereal choices, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, coffee, apple and orange juice, and a variety of condiments. The only negative item I can comment on is the fact that smoking and non-smoking rooms are in close proximity to each other. Be prepared to smell smoke in the hallways and consider placing a towel at the bottom of your door to keep the odor out.

Very friendly staff, clean room, relatively cheap, big rooms, lots of seating areas etc, all amenities included - very happy! The location was good - close enough drive to the boardwalk & walkable to taj mahal casino.. Didn't spend much time in the hotel though really & didn't try the breakfast - although was happy it was included in the price just incase!

Pros: The hotel was neat and clean. Great value to the money. Cons: The toilet ran. Front desk rep did not tell us about the continental breakfast (time and location). I overheard him tell the party checking in before us and had to ask for details. Check out was 12:00 noon, at 12:01 P.M. front desk rang the phone to advise we were past check out.

Excellent value for money (especially during the week, when the rates are different by the week-end ones), good location, close to Boardwalk, casinos and Tangier Outlet, decent room, with decent facilities Atlantic City looks like a ruin, outside the season and during week-time, but it's not hotel's fault for it...this BW is trying to survive decently in this reality and to hide its' age and even if a lot of signs are showing it (scratches on the walls, stains, an overall "old-smell", if you know what I mean). And even if it's close to all city's attractions, the "human fauna" arround the place may rise some question marks if you are trying to do something late in the night, but it's just a supposition, nothing bad happened to us...

We booked 4 hotels rooms along with 20 of my family members in including 5 children, one being only 28 days old. Bed bugs first appeared biting my sister in law and her new born baby on the face and body. The baby was bitten on the eyelid, causing it to turn red and irritate the baby. My son noticed bedbugs crawling over his pajamas and my nephew had to kills bugs that were biting his back. When my daughter lifted her pillow she saw bugs crawling under and on her arm where they bit her. There were a plethora of bedbugs that we were able to capture some in a napkin. My family is disgusted and terrified after this incident. As bedbugs were found on our clothes, and they like to lay eggs and follow one by their clothes I was forced to throw away most of our clothes including attire from Saturday night, our sleeping attire, and what we wore Sunday morning. We were forced to spend unnecessary money on new clothes so we didn't bring these creatures home with us. Buying clothes for 20 people is not cheap. I have thrown away my luggage and purse as bedbugs like to hide inside them. BEST WESTERN REFUSES TO REFUND OUR MONEY AFTER WE TOLD THE MANAGER. WE CONTACTED THE COMPANY AND THEY REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING OR REFUND US. HORRIBLE COMPANY AND STAFF. WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

The location is off the main drag of AC but it was in what appear to be a very rundown, stretchy area. If you want/need nonsmoking, you won't get it! Their "non smoking" area smelled like smoke immediately upon arrival. Since it was New Years we couldn't find another hotel so I had to suffer through it. Then during our stay someone was repeatedly smoking and although I complained, nothing was done about it. The walls are paper thin, I heard everything my neighbors were doing. One neighbor was having a party next to us and although I complain, it continued. Another neighbor was yelling and throwing her door because she was fighting with her boyfriend (it sounded like someone was getting beat pretty bad) but no one at the hotel intervened. This went on for an hour and a half the party next to me was all day. Needless to say, this was by far the worse hotel experience I've ever had.

Hotel was clean and the room was very spacious for the price paid. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the price for the hotel was adequate. I would definitely stay at this hotel again or this chain of hotel.

Our first time in AC to celebrate our 10 yr anniversary. We went in know if was going to be a long shot. For the low rate they offered it wasn't actually too bad. It was cold outside when we checked in. The room surprisingly was warm then hot. The staff were friendly even though it took about 5 minutes to greet us. The room was clean. We stayed on the second floor. This hotel can use some sprucing up in the decor and general air conditioner units. The room itself was ok, down the hall we could tell that they were smoking weed. The first night was quiet. No big things to point out only the air conditioning unit was either hot to bear or cold you are freezing. The second night was interesting. It was out last night before checking out. We came in about 2 am from visiting the casinos and got settled into bed. We heard some guests coming in from their night...no problem until one of the girls screamed at the TOP OF HER LUNGS!!! Most people would be upset if this were a fancy posh hotel, but it's not. After that they were heard up until 6 am. By that time we had enough and we're up and ready to get back home. This is definitely one of those party hotels during the summer time, so unless you are 23 and looking for a party don't book here. The parking in the back of the hotel is nice but we definitely were questioning the safety. The nice thing is we are right next to a 7 11 so if you need you mixers for the drinks you aren't far away. The continental breakfast was ok. Typical orange juice, muffins, bagels and toppings. Nothing too fancy.

If you are in town to visit Atlantic City but the big casino hotels aren't your cup of tea, then this is the place for you. A nice sized hotel right off the beach and still close to all the shopping at Tanger. I stay here when attending conventions. The staff is friendly and the rooms are very clean. You will definitely get your money's worth when coming here.

overall very satisfied with the staff and accommodations. Lady servicing the breakfast area was extremely pleasant and helpful. Front desk staff at check in and check out went out of their way to make sure everything was acceptable.

This hotel is right in the heart of all the AC action, just a few steps off the boardwalk. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but it has been fully refurbished on the inside. Our room was very nice with all new furnishings inside. Very modern and very clean - no smell. The staff was very friendly. It is conveniently located next to a 7-11, so it's like a full service 24 spot for eats and drinks right in the premises. We were in town for a Saturday night concert and all the casino rooms had inflated prices for the night, but we paid less than half of those prices for this nice room. We would certainly consider staying here again.

went to AC for a Toby Keith concert. it would have been too late to drive home from afterwards. so we decided to spend the night. We had a great time at this BW. Reasonable prices, comfy bed, safe parking lot & decent complimentary breakfast. Boardwalk was just up the street.

We really enjoyed our stay and our room! Our morning breakfast was very yummy too! I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. The hotel is located one block from the ocean and boardwalk, and even in the off season we enjoyed all the amenities in and around the Jersey Shore. The hotel was definitely somewhere we would visit and stay at again. We received a great price of 60$ for one night and it came with a great breakfast, a king size bed, free wifi, a refreshing shower, mini fridge, TV, and microwave. I would like to thoroughly thank the staff who comforted and made me feel welcomed. I made a call down to the front desk stating that me and my girlfriend were being followed all night long and that we were worried about the man coming into the hotel. The gentleman comforted me, and ensured that he would be at the front desk all night and would make sure no one that was not allowed in the hotel would get in. Judging from the price, I expected an hotel meeting average standards. Much to my surprise, however, the room was perfect: spacious, nice, quiet, tidy, well-equipped. The bathroom was alright, the corridor smelled a bit too much of cleanliless (I don't know what brand of cleansing agent - I'm a foreigner - but I needed a couple of days to get used to the smell). The frontdesk personnel and the breakfast lady were very friendly, helpful and nice to talk to. Room service was perfect. It was a great week! On both weekends, the hotel was almost sold out. On Sunday night, however, I was the only guest. On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday night a handful of other guests were also staying there. Well, it was long after summer holiday season, after all.

I stayed at the Best Western on 11/5/2015-11/6/2015. It was a most Magnificent experience! The hospitality, from the moment I walked into the door is second to none. I felt like I was being welcomed as a guest into someone's home! This hotel is immaculate. The rooms are very nice, extremely comfortable, clean, with a fresh smell (no stale odors anywhere!). My room (Non-Smoking King) had essential amenities microwave, refrigerator, flat screen cable TV, and a comfortable sitting area. A really nice feature that is included in the price of the room is the continental breakfast which included a beautiful spread of a variety of breakfast foods.. including waffles! The area is quite safe and the Jitney stops right in front of the hotel ( I am female and I was out until 10:00 pm. I walked a block to come back to the hotel by myself and had no problems) and close to all the shopping areas and casinos.

Great location, right near walking distance of the boardwalk and other attractions. Check in was a breeze and the staff were nice. This hotel included parking which is a hassle in the area. Breakfast was included also included in the price.

The hotel location is convenient as it is very close to the casinos. However, the location was very appealing and the area is actually kind great ...Cos thats what we were looking for. However, the inside of the hotel very good and the staff was relatively friendly. However, I would stay here again as I'm sure we will stay again.

I found the room to be very nice, comfortable, and clean to my surprise considering the surrounding area is very poor, filled with homeless people, drug dealers, and people on drugs. The hallways were musty and smelled like weed the entire time. But the location in reference to nearby casinos was convenient. It is located in walking distance of Ceaser's, Tanger Outlets, and Trump Taj Mahal. The shuttle stop is right outside of the hotel also which takes you to the other casinos like Golden Nugget, Harrah's, Borgata, etc. The front desk clerk was nice, breakfast was average (could've ended an hour later considering it went from 7am-10am and realistaclly no one is waking up that early in Atlantic City). Overall, it was fine for the fact that it was much cheaper than any of the big casino/hotels on a weekend and that I was not in the hotel for much of my stay besides for sleeping.

We choose this hotel for our stay in Atlantic city. Totally disappointed and frustrated!! Extremely loud, drunk and drugged guests made a huge mess in the hall of the second level floor at 3:00 - 4:00 AM!! Even the ambulance came because one of them had a seizure alcohol/drug abuse. We dialed 0 several times to know what was happening because we feared for our safety!The front desk DID NOT ANSWER ANY OF OUR CALLS DURING THE NIGHT: We could not sleep nor rest, the situation was very unpleasant and frightening since you don´t know what type of people and dangerous situation was going on outside our room!! The hotel has no security or control over this type of incidentals! In our full right as guests, we personally made the complaint to the front desk (Ali Abduliah) and Best Western headquarters through 1-800 number in the morning and NONE of them took the expected responsibility or made any type of compensation for making us have a very unpleasant stay. Mr Abduliah was rude and even mocked at our complaint and safety concerns. We gave our confidence to this Best Western and it not provide the service we expected: this is not a motel and should not be handled as one and guests concerns, comfort and safety should be very taken seriously.

This hotel in Atlantic City was a really nice hotel the rooms are very clean and the people at the front desk was very nice I was really surprised how nice it was and I would definitely recommend this hotel if you come to Atlantic City

I personally choose Best Western Envoy when staying in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Their quality of service is excellent. The rooms are well maintained and decorated. I like to choose the room with jacuzzi for the personal relaxing time. Envoy is conviently located by all casinos and restaurants. The staff at Envoy Best Western are very friendly and provide excellent service.

Enjoyed the stay.. very helpful and friendly staff … very well managed .. Excellent breakfast.. Would like to recommend to my friends and family.. centrally located very close to beach and boardwalk.. had fun full throttle…

This hotel was great value for it's price considering we were in town for Miss America and all the other hotels were $400 more for the same amount of nights. Overpriced for a Best Western, but I get everyone raises prices for big events. I didn't have to deal with the smoke from the casino hotels in the areas. Parking was free, a big plus in Atlantic City.

Looks can be deceiving, looks crappy on outside , but rooms are nice ...clerk was nice, hotel clean .. Took too long to checkout , due to a gift card..close to atlantic city Grill & Taj Mahal , yum yum .jitney is always going by, what a plus. Shady people walking the streets, though
