Best Western Plus Khan Hotel

Good location, good breakfast, cosy bed. Only issue I faced was with room service, 3-4 times of chasing was required to get room service and it was taking 30-70 mins to get things done. It could have been better.

Very efficient and nice reception staff. Gave us our room at 8 am ! Upgrade our room for free! Nice renovated Deluxe room (407) with all the amenities needed and spotless clean . Very comfortable beds and good sleeping experience. Very good breakfast. Nice helping staff everywhere. The best thing about the hotel was its location : centrally located , near Kalesi , old bazaar, a big shopping mall (Mark Antalya), in the middle of lots and lots of restaurants, cafes and shops and taxi , bus and metro in less than 5 min. walking distance. We will definitely come back again if we wish to stay in Antalya city center.

Stayed at the Best Wesyern Khan Plus hotel in Antalya from the 18th November to 21st November Fantastic hotel with an excellent level of services. Hotel so what jaded and probably needed some TLC but breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. Pleasant staff and room adequate. Excellent location for the marina, shopping streets for both tourists n locals. Easy access to cafes. Brilliant stay!

Very well located near port and pedestrian walkway street. Large and clean room with comfortable bed. Good large breakfast and dinner buffet (but only one coffee machine at breakfast time). Nice large pool (but complicated process to get pool towel)

Recently renovated this hotel still lacks 5 star status in my opinion. The new colour scheme is not to my personal taste but the reception area is just a big space with nothing in it. Staff didn't seem very welcoming at reception nor in the onsite spa area or at breakfast. Our room was upgraded by the Director who offered it by email but on arrival had not communicated this and added it to my booking. I had to ask if the upgrade was being provided? While it was a nice gesture I don't know if we were just given a room 'that was available' but not really checked? The minibar fridge was stocked with nothing. There were 2 bottles of water on the top bench. I put them in the fridge to make them cold and 5 hours later when we were back they were still luke warm. I had medication that needed to be refigerated - that minibar was not working even though someone came up and tried to tell us that 'it was'. I have stayed in many hotels, even boutique hotels, that have provided supplies for guests to be able to purchase. There was a balcony that had no furniture on it so you couldn't sit down and no ashtray provided for use from the balcony. The bathroom was nicely renovated but there's just something missing to make the hotel feel luxurious and worth the money paid. It was my most expensive hotel in 2 weeks and I rate it the least enjoyable. We used the hamam area for a full package. There was only person speaking English. It was awkward. The swimming pool outside looked nice but we didn't have time to use it. Breakfast offerings were amazing and that was the highlight of the overnight stay. Given the mini bar didn't work, that the power cut off when I used the hair dryer (same as mini bar and reported to reception) I won't be booking this hotel again.

I was excited to stay here and had been offered an upgrade by the hotel director. On arrival the reception area was bland and the welcome from staff at the desk average. I had to ask them "if I had been given an upgrade" - the Director had not marked this against my reservation. I had paperwork to show the offer I had been given and a room was provided. The room had been renovated, the bed was comfortable. The room colour choice was not to my personal liking. The carpet in the hallways very busy in colours. The bed was comfortable, bathroom lovely well decorated and with good hot water. There was a balcony but with no furniture to sit on. There was also no ashtray for that balcony? I don't know if we were given a last minute room without it being checked but I am still disappointed that this was the most expensive hotel I stayed in during my whole holiday and the mini bar fridge was absolutely empty. I don't know if that was normal. The problem also with the fridge is that was not cooling anything including the bottles of water that had been placed in there on arrival and were still warm to the hand 5 hours later. I don't like drinking warm water. A technician came up to check the mini bar and he said it was ok just because he could feel one panel at the back starting to cool. It wasn't ok - there was something wrong with that fridge. When I called a second time because I was worried about medication not cooling that required to be refrigerated, I was told by reception "lady this is a mini bar". I said "yes I know but I've stayed in other places with a minibar fridge and the water cools down, our water has been in there for 5 hours and it's still warm when you pick up the bottles". It was hopeless. This was medication that I can't just buy in Turkey and replace because of it being heat affected. We used the hamam for a full body scrub and massage package. It was just ok. They need more staff who can speak English. I have had better and it wasn't cheap. We didn't use the swimming pool but I am sure it was nice. The breakfast in the morning was amazing with a wonderful choice to choose from. Staff didn't seem very happy. In fact the whole hotel lacked welcoming. Would I stay again - no - boutique hotels in Kaleici are providing better offerings for similar prices.

Our experience at the hotel was perfect. We went last year and we'll be going this summer too. The hotel is clean, staff friendly, and the location just perfect. I have one question though, is it earthquake-proof? With all that happened in Turkey, we are a bit worried.

The hotel is clean the food is good the staff are nice, the hotel has an excellent location expecially for shopping , Markantalya is 5 min walk. All means of transportation are available near. I advise people to visit the hotel

The location is great, but the rooms needed soms renovation. We also did not get the room we wanted as was seen on the pictures. The staff, food and swimming pool were nice and good. The wifi was normal.

Good: 1) Super Location bang on Kaleichi and near the harbour/marina, shopping hub, restaurants (incl. Indian). But 20 mins by taxi to beach 2) Good breakfast spread, room size was decent with balcony Poor: 1) Staff wasn't rude but not polite either - Very limited number of staff with one great guy namely Murat who was helpful. 2) Couldn't give more teabags beyond the usual as they were chargeable Verdict: Stay only if you want to near Kaleichi / harbour / shopping areas. If you are looking for a resort, beach friendly hotel, this isn't the one.

Although the main reception is under renovation it does not matter as all works smoothly. Great service and the room more than adequate and comfortable for a short stay. A shirt work down the Main Street is great and your soon at the waterfront and old port and all you would want experience. Thanks for a nice stay.

Hotel Buffet is very limited food. They count the food you eat. Which buffet does that. We are vegetarian and with limited options resturant doesn't understand to help guests. They charge for pizza if you add peppers and olives which are in the salad section. Horrible serving staff very rude. They are in a hurry to close dinner. We were eating and they shut the lights. In dessert tiramissu and elcair only made one tray which have 10 pieces for the whole Buffet never refilled. We didn't feel comfortable eating at all. They don't refill anything if the dishes are over and are waiting to clear your table for you to leave. Best is to pay and eat elsewhere.

Good food, quiet room, cheap rate, excellent staff, clean bathroom, not too crowded, what's not to like? Stayed 4 nights and loved it, the buffet was huge with many delicious choices, fruits and vegetables were fresh, and coffee was good

It is nice hotel , located in great location near the old town and nearby many attractions and public transport ,with clean rooms and very helpful staff , however it is not what you will expect from Best Western hotel Towel seems old , they are clean but old and should be replaced, same applied to bed linen. AC didn't work , while it was November, but it is still Antalia, and you will need AC , other option was to leave the window open but you will get noise from outside. There are very few power sockets in the room.

Very clean and in superb location, friendly staff and amazing views. Was very easy to find, just short walk from tram station. We enjoyed our stay. All shops just around the corner, many restaurants around.

Big but an old tired hotel. Location was good but really needs to refurbish and fix things. Aircon was not cold, shower heater was cold. Everything gone wrong. The only good thing is breakfast and location. I thought it would be a good hotel since it is under Best western group of hotels

Hotel could use an upgrade. Everything is old from the carpets to the rooms. Mold in bathrooms. We stayed on level 2,5,8 all the same. You have to ask for amenities. Hotel staff is sufficient in being helpful. Food is average. Could do with more variety. Dinner the main courses are good. Desserts only look nice. Located far from the beach but good for shopping in the area and visiting the Port. Seaview room has nice views. Just needs an upgrade. Hairdryers good. Toilets leak, furniture old, kettle old. Slippers are soft. Not enough shelf space for longer stay. Would be better with smart tvs. Internet is fairly good but disconnects at some places through hotel.

I checkout and left my ring call them and they found it and collected. Breakfast was good so many options. Food was delicious and nicely presented. Rooms can be little updated otherwise everything super

I asked the lady who was checking me in to give me a room with a view and she was cold and did not even say anything, just handed me the keys. The room was ok-ok. Did not have the view that I had hoped for, I was given the 3rd floor. The view from my room was ok, there was a balcony that had a partial view sort off, I think slightly higher up would have been slightly better. Less than 5 mins after I entered the room, maintenance came in to fix the stand on which I had already kept my suitcase, luckily it did not fall when I had put it up. I called them to say the mini fridge was not waking and they asked on the phone to pull the cabinet and plug it in, don't think it's my job to be doing something that should have already been working. I had used the coffee cup in the room (which was chipped on the edges by the way) and when I returned in the evening - while basic room service was done the cups were not washed and even the coffee sachets were not replaced. The location is good to walk to most of the popular spots with a 5-10 min walk to the bazaar and then further on. The only other good thing was the night staff did help in packing breakfast for an early check out the next day.

-Old and Smoky hotel with furniture which is deplored and interiors of perhaps 70s - Customer service is below zero! Receptionist don't know how to smile or serve for that matter - communication in this hotel is sub zero -the hotel is so greedy that they want to charge for plates and cutleries as well as heating food - no amenities provided in the room - even complaining to the operations manager doesn't help! She may send u a fruit bowl but her instructions are either not followed or communicated - was told by the operations manager that bell service is restricted by tourism so there were no bellmen to assist with luggage. We as females had to carry our heavy luggage ourselves! Surprisingly, didn't have this challenge in any other hotels in Turkey! - to save money, they don't even out proper bath amenities for the guests! - no information of operational hours of any facilities or restaurant is given by front desk! - I asked for a refund of the stay and was sent a fruit bowl as a gesture of apology!

The service was very great and I would like to especially mention Erol for his kind treatment and exemplary service There are a lot of delicious dishes in addition to the variety of dishes on all days. I recommend visiting the hotel a lot.

We stayed in this hotel for three nights during a tour of Turkey. It is centrally located to the downtown with shops nearby and about a 10 minute walk to the old part of town and about a 20 minute walk to the Roman Marina. The rooms are a bit older but it was clean and well appointed with comfortable beds. It was August and very hot. We found the air conditioning was challenged during the hottest part of the day but was sufficiently cooling at night. The breakfast buffet was included as part of our package and was fresh, ample and had lots of variety - a real Turkish kahvalti. My wife and I shared a Khan burger with fries and some tiramisu one evening when we wanted a "lighter" dinner (the burger was huge). Both were very good. I wouldn't dine there because of the atmosphere. but then who goes to a hotel restaurant for the atmosphere? All in all it was a decent hotel. Not stellar but nothing to complain about.

We booked 2 rooms at this Hotel and stayed between 11/08 to 16/08. One of the rooms was modernised and updated, however, the second room had very old caperts, furniture and fittings. The room had a really bad musty damp smell which caused my allergy to worsen. The bathroom had mould and was horrible, the water went really slowly down the drain. I couldn't sleep in this room so requested them to change the next day. This was accomdated by reception manager, Mr Noorullah. He had good customer service skills. The hotel had a musty smell throughout the communal areas and along with the old carpets and furnishings / decor it indicated they were the first original items so I am guessing 30 years old plus. Room cleaning standards were average which could do with some improvements. Breakfast was ok but at 3 star quality with limited range of items. The best thing about this hotel is the location as it is at the centre of all tourist locations and minutes walk from market and marina.

I was really pleased with the location just a few yards away from the shopping centre, restaurants and metro, thus, we were able to make the most of our stay in Antalya. Our room had a balcony (thank you to the man at the front desk) which was extremely handy. Room was bigger than the other hotels we've stayed at. This was a true triple room and not a double room with a sofa bed. It was so spacious with room to move. Breakfast was excellent which offered a wide selection to choose from everyday. Staff were also great! Disliked · Everything was great but the room fittings and fixtures need updating as getting a bit outdated and needing a refurbishment.

Very good hotel.. very nice location near to everything .. food is amazing.. only thing air conditions dont work properly though antalya is very hot at summer..stuff is nice and friendly.. rooms are good for the price.. they need to fix elevators as only two are working

Upon arrival , staff were not that friendly . Informed us room not ready yet but did not say for how long . They were just talking to each other , and did not even greet us when we came or even a friendly smile . The hotel itself is noisy . Too many people walking and shouting in the hallway . The rooms are not clean enough . The rooms could also use updating also

I gave 1 out of 5 because there is no zero. This was a terrible experience. It was booked for 3 nights but I vacated in 2 hours. Torn bedsheet Bad  air conditioning It was like jail Corridor was hot as it was at outside, especially considering extreme hot weather in antalya in July Not pleasant staff Unclean restaurant with unprofessional restaurant staffs. They don't understand English at all and no effort to understand what you demand. They talk each other and laugh as if mocking me when I requested for burger. Burger was so bad tasted and my family were feeling vomiting No curtain at Corridor and it looks never be like a hotel One good thing is that, they gave a big room

Hotel location excellent Cleanliness excellent but food for vegetarians only salads in breakfast and diner same food all the time for vegetarians and staff not approachable in restaurants My Aircon was quite low , not cooling enough so I complained ,the technician said it's quite cold as he came , I agree it's better than outside but it was not cooling After the complain all of a sudden the room was cooling enough ,if it was cold enough why all of a sudden it was better They do listen to you but somehow not very friendly staff .

Best Western plus Khan is situated in the old city of Antalya - Kaleici. Location is perfect with transport nearby. Konyalti beach is a 5 min tram ride. Multiple restaurants are within walking distance. Shopping stores are a stones throw. Overall an excellent and unforgetful experience!!

The rooms are decent and location is perfect but the only thing that just didn't click is the staff.. There was no one to take us to the room or get put luggages we were just handed over the keys and thats it.. Even for the wifi we had to go to the reception area and get it done. If above things are taken care it is a good place. Breakfast spread was good. Location is something that just struck right and what made me like this place wasy room and a view with it...

Location and breakfast are the highlights of this hotel. Local food and shopping available within 5 mins walk. Old town is also 8 mins away. Room was clean and we got complimentary upgrade without even asking. Wifi was very slow other than that its a good hotel if you choose Antalya for shopping and city tour where you just need to hit the bed after a tiring day.

For us Best Western was the perfect location, highly recommend it for a city break if you will be staying out all day and just popping in to drop shopping off or a little rest. We have four children so we used to set off in the morning, venture into old town (for quick access down to the marina, use the public lift) for a stroll, had lunch from wherever we fancied, sometimes roadside places, or a local restaurant. We tried visiting Can Ciger but it was closed during lunch when we went. We usually came came back to the hotel for a little bit of swimming in the pool as it was quite hot in the afternoon then ventured out again late afternoon for a stroll and more shopping. You must try the Kunafe, cheapest we found was Pidem, MarkAnyalya mall 8.99 and 2.99 extra for cream. The best dessert by far was the Semolina/ helwa ice-cream from Haci Usta, the original flavour was the best in my opinion. We had one every day it was that good! The breakfast was fantastic at the hotel as was the service. But if you're looking for a relaxing, luxury stay this hotel isn't the place for you. This hotel is excellent as a base if you need access to the old town and the town centre. The furnishings and fixtures are dated and the WiFi is extremely patchy, we only got a signal in the bathroom lol We were allocated two rooms, 801 and 809. The former is a corner suite with a tv seating area and a further bedroom with a super super king sized bed which would easily fit adults and still have space to move around. The room also had a sofa bed which was larger than a normal single bed. Two young children could fit easily. Rm 809 was a standard room with a super super king sized bed including a sofa bed again. Both rooms were spacious and could accommodate further cot beds. We kept in touch with the kids via the internal phone ( press 5 and then the room number) The tv channels were mostly Turkish but they had BBC world news in English and some of the Cartoon Network programmes were in English inc Amazing World of Gumball. We could have complained abt not being two rooms next to each other but being able to communicate via the phone system was fine as we have a 16yr old and 14yr old who are pretty responsible. Those who might be reading this and are interested in buying hijabs / scarves, there's a shop directly outside the hotel called Tugba they had scarves there at reasonable prices, and if you walk up and down the street you will find plenty of shops selling modest clothing / scarves there's another shop on the other side of the main strip called Madina Pazari which sells scarves at reasonable prices. With children we found eating at the food court in MarkAntalya Mall suited us most of the time because everyone got to choose their type of meal. Cheapest meal we found was a potato or spinach pide with a choice of drink for 11 lira, the pide was pretty substantial. Arby's do the cheapest soft serve ice-cream for 1.75 lira. Cheapest fried chicken meal was Popeyes (similar to KFC) 15.95 liras for popcorn chicken, small chicken burger, seasoned waffles and a drink. We also found really good snacks at the simit stalls outside on the main strip, have a peek at them as you walk past and see if they take your fancy. We found one opp the red love heart sign in the middle of the main strip which sold little bread buns stuffed with cream cheese and a sprinkling of parsley. They cost 1.5 liras each the kids loved them. We stopped at little cafes throughout the day for tea breaks, here the kids enjoyed apple teas and orange teas. The most scenic cafes are the ones by the lift down to the marina, the tea here costs 5 lira which is more than other places but you're paying for the view really. Also don't be afraid to haggle at the juice stalls, stalls selling candyfloss or sweetcorn. If you're looking to buy proper Turkish / ottoman style jewellery then go to Ali Peker only, they sell designer jewellery with certification. It's highly regarded by the locals. Also trade is a bit slow so you will score a better price. If you're looking for silver jewellery then head to Gulenay Emlak street keeping the big Gellati ice-cream sign on your right and turn the corner... you will see a silver shop on your right ignore that and you will see another one couple of doors down on your right again. Go in that one, sorry I can't remember the name but we bought silver jewellery from there quite a few times. He does pink quartz, amethyst, emerald and ruby earrings set in sterling silver. Obviously these aren't high quality / grade but nice for a little memento and very reasonable in price. We also bought a sterling silver bracelet set with turquoise stones. Anyone looking for the best fake Jack Wolfskin and North Face jackets then head to the Antique bazaar and walk to the end till you see a mezzanine type area with wooden railings there's a shop on your left owned by a man called Elias, again I don't have a shop name by my side, the business card is in our hotel room, but he has light eyes and slight vitiligo, he has the best quality dupes.

Pleasant stay, perfect location in the middle of old town Kaleici. Just enjoyed our stay and you can reach the nearest beach only if you walk for 10 minutes. The staff was very helpful and kind but did not talk English enough. Many choices were available on breakfast and dinner and very delicious. Thanks for the amazing stay

the location of the hotel was fantastic, in the middle of everything, in between mark Antalya mall and old town kalechy, bellow the hotel a huge range of shops and cafes , swimming pool was nice, rooms very big but not good furnished, the restaurant was hot, the A/C not very good at their, food quality was good, the staff was very welcoming, they gave us early check-in around 11 AM.

Typical 3 star hotel, nothing to complain really. The breakfast spread is good for non-vegetarians however, if you are vegetarian then you may have to make do with Cereals. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Mid-range hotel that is a 5 minute walk to Kaleici old town. As we wanted to be close to Kaleici this hotel worked well. However, there are many boutique hotels in the old town itself so you would also be closer to the Marina in that case. However, not sure how good those hotels are. So this was a safe choice.

this was the lousiest hotel we stayed in turkey....we had to change the next day....evrything was falling apart in the rooms ....from the flush to the basin pipe to the air conditioner vent....the rooms stank of dampness... worst part was that one of the waiters asking us our religion when they came to know that we were from india.....never faced such a question before in my travels.... the location of the hotel was very nice but that is all ....the rooms looked like the 80s....

Check in was nice and smooth, changed my room to the highest floor and the staff did this with ease. Staff were very friendly at front desk, always said hello each time i walked past. Room was cleaned everyday and had no fault with the cleaning. Breakfast was decent, due to covid rules, it was served to me directly rather than a buffet set up. The pool was great, nice and spacious and plenty of sunbeds to go around. The spa was also good, the ladies there were very friendly. Only downside to this hotel is the wifi, very sparadic, hopefully this is looked into and improved. All in all a lovely stay.

Nice hotel, in the center of the city, close to the old town, very clean and modern. The breakfast was tasty with fresh vegetables and fruits. Special thanks to Burhan who was very professional and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel

We stayed one night here on a layover in Antalya. The hotel was convenient and a nice central location. Rooms are quite dated but everything worked well enough and the balcony on the room made it feel more spacious and open. We didn't use the pool but it was huge!! Staff were very friendly and the hotel was very diligent about COVID precautions.

Excellent location at the very best part of Antalya. Breakfast is more than enough. Very detailed fruits supplies and delicious staff.With balconies overlooking the magnificent Mediterranean view ,close to the attractive ancient harbour. In the middle of the shopping center, tram and train stations. Easy connection to the airport via tram.

My husband had some health issues while staying at the hotel. The reception manager and staff were excellent, I cannot praise them highly enough. We had great views over the city, the location was perfect for the restaurants and shopping.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY, the rooms didn't have WiFi until we had to call the room service a million and get ourselves WiFi, really bad room service they wouldn't even clean the room even tho we'd ask them daily. The staff was so rude and unfriendly that you'd feel like you have literally robbed a bank or something and you're basically living in exile over there SO ALL IN ALL THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

The hotel is no way a 4 star. We checked in and the ac was not working. We were told it's November so technically it's winters so we have shut down the central air conditioning! They asked us to leave the balcony door open. We felt insecure and unsafe as we were on the second floor. The voices from the street kept us awake all night and the prayer sounds started at 5 o'clock in the morning. The room refrigerator was also not working as it had also been switched off! Then they have the temerity to charge for cold water and ice. When we complained to the manager she was very rude. She suggested that it was a policy to switch off appliances during off season. When we asked her to show where this was written she was unable to do so! I will never stay here again and hope that best western group takes serious note of this and does not allow this hotel to malign the name of the chain! The only reason I am rating it 1 star is because there is nothing worse to give!

My wife and I stayed 9 nights in this hotel. Everything was as well as it has been during our previous visits. This time we stayed in a suite with two rooms. The wifi was not improved in the floors compared to our previous visit. However, we had in our room a separate modem, which improved the internet speed somewhat. The hotel was very clean. The buffet breakfast was as good and versatile as during previous years if not even better.

Location: Located in the heart of the old town of kalecei and steps away from shops, restaurants and even the water/sea is not too far away(10 min). And also a plus for myself was that there was a mosque literally across the hotel, so it was easy to perform daily prayers there. Property: Good hotel, clean, staff is helpful and has a great spa. Gym however is not good. It's in the basement, no windows and no adequate equipment. Food: Very good breakfast and dinner buffet. Totally worth it, and better than any food you will find elsewhere in the area. Price: Rooms and food priced very reasonably for what you get in return My second time here and would definitely come back again.

I cannot tell you how TRASH this hotel is. The room was big and fine but half of the lights did not work, service was pathetic. Room service was inedible and was so bad - we ordered a club sandwich cause we thought it was the safe option but Best Western Plus Khan hotel managed to screw that up too! We put the half eaten food outside the room at night and when we had to leave the room in the morning it was still there! We thought it was only us that hated the food but we saw other rooms dump their less than half eaten food outside their rooms and again the food wasn't cleared until the next day! Housekeeping in this place is a joke - the sheets weren't changed, the bins were not emptied, the bed cushions were put on the floor rather than on the bed, dirty towels weren't cleared. We told reception and then they asked us for photos because they didn't believe us and we said nope send someone up to see - the head of housekeeping came and then fixed it all BUT then the next day the same thing happened again! Housekeeping in this place is T R A S H. Oh and how can I forget the lovely breakfast! There was nothing worth eating! We went there the first day and ended up eating almost nothing cause everything tasted bad so the next 2 days we went outside to have breakfast. As a bonus, there were also pigeons inside the indoor breakfast area! Last but not least - the wifi did not work! We called them to say that and they sent someone up who said it was an iPhone problem but then my mother had Samsung so she's like it's not working on mine too and I don't have an iPhone? And then he said something in Turkish and went off. Then I called again and said ??? Then the bellboy and that so called IT guy came and apparently connected the wifi on our phones but it did not work at all - we had to use mobile data during our stay! The next day I called again and said I need the wifi to be fixed and they fixed the router and said it was fixed but it still did not work! So I just gave up and we had to use our mobile data during our stay here. I cannot tell you how TRASH this hotel is. The room was big and fine but half of the lights did not work, service was pathetic. Room service was inedible and was so bad - we ordered a club sandwich cause we thought it was the safe option but Best Western Plus Khan hotel managed to screw that up too! We put the half eaten food outside the room at night and when we had to leave the room in the morning it was still there! We thought it was only us that hated the food but we saw other rooms dump their less than half eaten food outside their rooms and again the food wasn't cleared until the next day! Housekeeping in this place is a joke - the sheets weren't changed, the bins were not emptied, the bed cushions were put on the floor rather than on the bed, dirty towels weren't cleared. We told reception and then they asked us for photos because they didn't believe us and we said nope send someone up to see - the head of housekeeping came and then fixed it all BUT then the next day the same thing happened again! Housekeeping in this place is T R A S H. Oh and how can I forget the lovely breakfast! There was nothing worth eating! We went there the first day and ended up eating almost nothing cause everything tasted bad so the next 2 days we went outside to have breakfast. As a bonus, there were also pigeons inside the indoor breakfast area! Last but not least - the wifi did not work! We called them to say that and they sent someone up who said it was an iPhone problem but then my mother had Samsung so she's like it's not working on mine too and I don't have an iPhone? And then he said something in Turkish and went off. Then I called again and said ??? Then the bellboy and that so called IT guy came and apparently connected the wifi on our phones but it did not work at all - we had to use mobile data during our stay! The next day I called again and said I need the wifi to be fixed and they fixed the router and said it was fixed but it still did not work! Comfortable rooms, old AC system takes very long to be effective, average staff, decent breakfast. Looks like group travellers hub. We see loads of people check in every evening. Best part is the location. Old city and market are walkable and easily accessible. Try the Kebabs and Shawarma in the streets close by. Awesome eating options.

Worst hotel ever.There was no Wi-Fi for 1 day..we had to call them multiple times before it was fixed. The room was not cleaned when we came back from tour. Breakfast was not edible at all. So basically we had breakfast out during our stay. We ordered room service and we could not eat even 1/4 of the food. It actually doesn't deserve 1 star

Best Western Plus Khan Hotel has a great location. I stayed one night for business purposes. I attended to Antalya Tourism fair. The hotel facilities are great. Room comfort was great. Breakfast is open buffer breakfast and got lots of local products. The staff was helpful. I will stay again..

Stayed here four nights for a couples getaway. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Hotel and rooms are older, but clean. Breakfast has great variety and abundance of choices. The location is great, making it easy to walk everywhere. A solid value.

Usually when you go to an old hotel there may be something that makes up for the aged decor. In this case there was absolutely nothing! From the time we got to the hotel the service was so bad. There was no one to help with the baggage. The receptionist called for someone who just came to the shuttle with an arrogant attitude and wheeled the bags into the foyer. From there on we were on our own with the bags. The receptionist was so unfriendly and it almost seemed like she thought that she was doing us a favour by checking us in. That seemed to be the attitude of all the staff at the hotel throughout our stay there. The decor in the room was also aged and it seemed like walking into a 3 star hotel from the 80's. Things didn't get better... Breakfast although they had a wide spread, didn't impress us at all. We barely ate anything. By the second day, my family refused to go down for breakfast. The only thing going for this place is the location if you want to be close to the shopping area and not too far from the old town. Other than that, I wouldn't recommend anyone staying there.

I like here，antalya，Best Western Plus Khan Hotel. Near the old city, easy to go everwhere. Big and clean room, beautiful see view, free parking, nice staff. Hope can back for next vacation, it should be long time stay here, enjoy it!

Very nice hotel with human touch. Rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Very well and lavish spread of breakfast and lunch/dinner. Entire group including vegans enjoyed these spreads. The only regret was, the staff were ruthless in removing the dishes from the tables when the guest are still eating their food. Management must take note of this so that their rating gets improved.

We reached Antalya at 9:30 am and were at Khan Hotel at around 10:15 am. We were received with a smile at reception and were informed that even though our check in time is 2:00 pm we'll be extended an early check in at 12:00 noon. We went for a breakfast by leaving a luggage at the luggage room which is a good facility. When we came back from breakfast we were handed over the room keys. Kahn Hotel has a good reception area, polite staff, good room size, a swimming pool and also a Spacious restaurant. Moreover the ancient city of Kelechi is less than 200 meters away. If you wish to stay at Antalya, then BW Khan Hotel is a great option

No air conditioning, too hot room , No one speak English , I requested a water to drink and they provided hot water in the bottle , good food for dinner and breakfast inside the very hot restaurant! Not recommended No 4 star at all, carpet in the bedroom smelling to smoke ! Too bad experience

Excellent hotel. Clean spacious rooms. Functional elevators. Decent choice at breakfast including fruit, eggs, unprocessed honey...you name it they hav it. WiFi etc etc Very helpful staff. Plus plenty to do within the confines of the hotel if one so desires...pool, spa etc available. Typing this review from their poolside as we leave tomorrow but if ever in Antalya we'd certainly come back here again.

excellent location right in the citycentre,good breakfast,nice pool area,decent facilities but that were it finishes! booked 2 single beds in the booking process but was told on checking in the room was king bed only and as i didn't want to share with my teenage daughter id have to use the sofa bed. waited 3 hours for some bedding,a sheet which a handyman bought while he fixed the tv. i made the sofa bed myself,cleaning it as it also was filthy. the aircon which was poor started belching cigarette smoke on 2 nights we were there,its a central system and i was waiting for the fire alarm to go off at one point! the rooms are furnished with dirty smelly carpet and 1980s furniture,bathroom ok, corridors are dark,damp and same carpet!

The location of the hotel was excellent within minutes walk to city center and shops. The rooms had a beautiful beach view on last level and comfortable for a short stay and convenient. Could use an update but was clean and quiet. The most exceptional thing was the staff at the reception. They were amazing, helpful and hospitable, especially Nourshen trying to accommodate for us a suitable room. Lara also good luck in future hospitality you were amazing as a trainee :)

I love this hotel! The staff is extremely friendly. The location is excellent. It's a 10 min walk away from mark antalya shopping mall. And as soon as u walk out the door ull b greeted by loads of shops. They have a very nice pool too. Their dinner is excellent I must say but the breakfast doesn't have a good variety. The elevators are really compact and u can't see which floor ur on. (Look @ the pic) Overall I'd recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit antalya!

My WORST hotel experience so far! If safety and respect are of your priorities then this hotel is not for you! Initially everything was fine, apart from the WIFI connection which does not reach the room; instead we had to go to the lobby to use the internet. However, during breakfast time, we found out that my wife's purse and my watch were stolen, from the dining hall which was supposed to be secure. It turns out there were no security at the door to ask for at least a room number. Anyone can come in even if they are NOT staying at the hotel! This is not the worst part, we informed the staff that we our stuff were stolen they called the police, but refused to any responsibility for our stolen belongings which were stolen IN THEIR HOTEL, IN THEIR DINING HALL! I asked for the manger and their response was that he is on vacation HA! Our money was stolen, my watch, my wife's phone, and the hotel did even try to compensate for that, they could not care less. The only good thing about the hotel was its location. But why should anyone stay at a hotel where he is feels neither safe nor respected?

Best Western Hotel is a good hotel, rooms are comfortable, but the Air conditioning is not very good, the lifts are quite small, the breakfast is not very good at all, the dinner is excellent, it has good soup, alot of salads, and the basic menu is also good. Good swimming pool, and good gym, the staff is very welcoming too.

Well what can i say about this hotel. All i can say is the stay was totaly amazing. I went to Antalya for my honeymoon for 6 days. The hotel kindly upgraded our room to a honeymoon suite. The suite had an amazing view of the sea and the mountains. The staff at the hotel were amazing. Always smiling and happy to help. We met Nursa,Damla and a young lovely trainee whom all worked on reception. They were helpful from day one all the way throughout our stay. They have a wealth of knowledge about Antalya, what things to do and where to visit. Each tour will cost between €35 to €70 each depending on what you want to do. Its advisable to take half Euros and half Turkish. The best place to change your money is western union in Antalya or in the arrivals hall at Antalya airport. Never change money from the airports in the UK. A taxi to Antalya centrim from the aiport is approx 70TL. Other private hires will charge €35 or 200TL. The yellow taxi is what you want. As you come out of arrivals the taxi stand is to the far right. The hotel (best western plus khan) is in the middle of Antalya town centre which they call centrim. All the shops are within walking distance. The restraunts are all open till late night. A taxi to the local beach is around 25 to 30 TL which works out to just under £5. We learnt always ride in a taxi which has a meter. Never travel without one as some people can rip you off. The price for food is really good and cheap. The local food shop is called Migros which is like Tesco. Google translate will become your best friend when your there so make sure you download it. All the locals are very nice and polite. This is definitely a place to visit. When going to the markets for shopping make sure to haggle or you will definitely get ripped off. The purfumes and aftershaves are all fake so don't buy them or you will get dissapointed. Best place to reserve a holiday here is expedia. Jet2 were also amazing. The staff were very friendly on the way out and the return. We got some good deals on dutyfree on board so have a look out for that. Enough of the review, go and try it for your self :-).

Reached late due to flight delay! They were kind enough to provide us dinner. Charged for water. Dinner is good spread but if you are late post sightseeing you have limited options and the staff clear out the food while many are still to finish. Breakfast also nice and the staff was kind enough to provide black tea sachets on request. Maybe they can put green dots on Veg items and red on Non Veg items? We had early check out before breakfast and the management was kind enough to provide us with packed breakfast - Buse and Bushon to mention a few. Close to tram station.

The hotel location is just great, you just need to step out of the hotel to find a big market around you. Food options are good. Only problem is that they do not clean the rooms, we were coming back at 3-4 pm daily to find that they are just about to clean it.

From some of the reviews I read on this hotel I expected less than what was delivered. The staff were very friendly . Hotel facilities were excellent. Both breakfast and dinner were mouth watering..spoilt for choice. Being a non-smoker I found the room to have a distinct smell of a smoker . Probably the previous visitor. Would be nice if they made it a non-smoking hotel. One of the few hotels that had a decent sized swimming pool. A gym to workout in. Very centrally located in the city.

We stayed here for two nights as part of a bus tour of Turkey. We found the hotel to be comfortable and clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was obviously used by many travelling groups and we found the corridors very noisy at night (1pm-1am) and early morning (6am); with group members talking and socialising. Our room was showing signs of age; but the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The breakfast buffet was extensive and very satisfying. We also found the evening buffet very good and the sweets lovers in our group raved about the large selection provided. The location was near a shopping mall and a 15 minute walk from the old port and Hadrian's gates. The pool was also enjoyable after a day's touring.

It's a worn-down tourist class hotel at best. The wifi is so slow that you will need to use your mobile phone if you need to do any work online. I found two 230V sockets in my room but they were both located far away from the bed where you would normally charge your phone. We had booked two rooms for 4 nights but left after 2 nights after finding cockroaches in one of the bathrooms. The gentleman in the reception apparently didn't understand the word “cockroach” - despite being shown a photo of one of the creatures. We ended up paying for all four nights. This is definitely my first and last stay at a Best Western Hotel.

The only best part of the Hotel is, it's location. Otherwise, the rooms are small.. staff is non-cooperative.. very rude..they give you only 2 bottle water per day.. I asked for a water bottle at 12:30 in night, and they straight way denied.. I had to go out and buy water midnight...no body is there to take care of your baggage.. breakfast is pathetic.. absolutely nothing is there for Indian tourists in breakfast..

the service, the rooms, the housekeeping not so good. the only thing i liked about the place was the good buffet breakfast and dinner and its quite a walkable distance from the old marina and surrounded by shopping places. rest the hotel is so so

We stayed her for two nights. The room was spacious and comfortable with a good view. They have a nice buffet spread with good options for vegetarian food and desserts. The best part of the hotel is the location. It's in the middle of the local market and you could easily go out and shop to your heart's content as the shops here are pretty cheap. I also tried the hamam in the hotel which wasn't very good. The wifi is also not very good in the hotel but I could do without it because I just needed it for work and not for browsing.

The hotel is great, rooms are spacious, the location of the hotel is very convenient. It a short distance walk to the shopping area or the old city or even the boat ride. It has a nice spread for hotel buffet breakfast well as compare the others which I stayed in, unfortunately the servers are not very friendly. As I was having a very bad cough and wasnt able to buy water to boil in my room so that i can take it out with me during my day tour there. I bottled some hot water into my reusable water bottle and suddenly a server demanded me to pay for those water. I dont mind paying at all and I did pay cash for it (he said that my bottle means 4 glasses of water which i pay 20t for it) but it was the way the server was handling the situation and his voice tone etc. It was my first time ever need to pay for water to be bottled at a hotel restaurant which i am staying in after traveling to so many places in the world. Same situation when i asked or enquirer abt some dry cleaning service or convenient stores etc when i first arrived or check into the hotel. All the service personnel are not really friendly or nice when I asked for informations.

Our room had a king size bed with a soft mattress and extra pillows covered in a duvet that was for a full size bed and didn't reach the edges on either side. That didn't matter much as we had no use for the duvet - it was unbearably hot in the room. When we asked about AC, the man at the front desk said, “It's still winter” even though it's mid-April, sunny and warm. The common areas in the hotel had so much AC you had to wear a sweater so it's hard to understand why, if they need it in other parts of the hotel, they don't turn it on for the guest rooms. We had to leave the door to our room open along with the door out to the balcony to create enough air to release a little bit of the heat. We noticed many other guests doing the same thing. It was very difficult to sleep because we couldn't go to bed and leave our door wide open. The bathroom was fine but the towels were like rough cardboard, thin and stiff. It was obvious that the hotel refills the tiny shampoo bottles. Ours were so old that the lids were cracked and stained. I'm glad I brought my own shampoo and soap because I really don't want to use something someone else has used. The hotel is in an excellent location if you want to be near the old city, Hadrian's Gate, the marina, and shopping. It's set rather high so the view is nice from all the rooms - mountains if you're on one side and sea if you're on the other. The WiFi only worked if you went to the lobby or sat next to the elevators. Maybe rooms closer to that end of the hotel had reasonable Wifi but those of us on the far end could not connect. The breakfast and dinner buffet were adequate.

The staff shows absolutely no signs of welcoming guests. Rooms are dingy and airconditioner doesn't work. On complaining, we were told to sleep with windows open. Restaurant is average with unfriendly staff.

My room was very clean and all the amenities easy to reach in the room. Open buffet dinner and breakfast was delicious. Location of the hotel is wonderful. Next to the old city center “Kale içi”. Walking distance Hadrian Gate, truncated minaret, old harbour, sea food restaurants , banks , money changer etc.

If you are heading to Antalya to actually see the city and not just stay in a resort and never go out, well this place is perfect for you. It's walking distance to the old city which is full of restaurants and pubs, walking distance to the marina, and walking distance to a shopping mall. A very friendly service and staff, they were all helpful and eager to assist. Rooms are super clean and spacious,some have a view over the sea. Breakfast is fine , you have a number of variety to choose from.

We stayed there for two nights in February 2019, Hotel rooms were very good as compared to the price. they provided extra blanket and mini bar with complimentary tea basket and washroom kit.. breakfast has many many options. all food is good and i loved their eggs and sandwich grill.

Rooms could do with updating, but they were clean. Non smoking floor smelt quite smokey, but that's Turkey!! Really close to everything that is needed, and nice restaurant! Staff were polite and easy checkin!

The hotel's location is good and It is very close to historical parts.. hadrian gate, kaleici The streets around the hotel are full of shops, and the mark Antalya shopping center is also close. Rooms are good and clean to an acceptable level Breakfast was modest

We had a pleasant stay here and it's a good option if you want to stay in the heart of old town of Antalya. Hadrian's gate and marina harbour are few mins walk away. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby so overall it's location is great. Staff are is good in nature, breakfast and dinner was included in the package which was very good. Though hotel does need some renovation to upgrade things a bit. Value for money. Overall our stay was nice!

Would expect much better WiFi at a supposedly **** hotel.. Did not work at all on any of my android devices, when worked for few minutes it was useless and slow.. Location of hotel is right next to old town, with walking distance to shopping. Service was mediocre at best.

The location of this hotel is good as the shopping areas are just nearby. The room that we stayed was reasonably good, big room and clean. The breakfast and dinner buffet were good. The staff at the reception were friendly.

I stayed for one night during a stopover in Antalya in December 2018. The staff were friendly and helpful with information. It was warm inside, clean and very comfortable. This hotel is located very near shops and restaurants and easy to walk to these places.

I stayed in the hotel from 6 December to 8-December.centrally located in the market,very nice view of city from my floor.Value for money. Staff are really very good in nature, breakfast and dinner was included in the package which was nice.

Stayed at this property during month of november. Very centrally located for sightseeing for shopping and also just to walk around in the evening. Good food buffet for dinner at the hotel fair price. Staff is very co operative and helpfull. Smile in the face always. Good decisiin to stay at this property.

Stayed there for two nights, It is supposedly one of the better hotels of Antalya, but the service is very bad.The staff has scant regard for the guests. Even after repeated requests, the staff didn't pay any heed. Even they kept us waiting for something as basic as room toiletries. The rooms are fairly large but dated. As far as location of the hotel is concerned, it is good and it is near to the major landmarks and attractions. The hotel requires a makeover and staff badly needs a training manager to give them some tips about how to deal with guests.

This is a good option in Antalya. The hotel is located near the harbour or Marina, in the Old City. Hadrian's Gate is a simple walk away. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Taxis are familiar with the place and we had no trouble commuting.

As we chose to travel to Antalya for 9 nights we decided without any hesitation to book a room from BW+ Khan Hotel as we had stayed there already 3 times. We had booked a room with a queen size bed. The room was very spacious. Everything in the room and the bath room were very clean. However, it seems that it would be time to renew at least the bathroom. Although it was kept very clean every day there were some worn out. In the whole room there was only one free plug situated close to the floor. When charging mobile phones, computers etc. one had always to free a plug already in use. The air condition was very good: Although the daytime temperature in the balcony was about 32°C the room temperature was about 23°C. The WiFi seemed to be somewhat problematic in the middle of the room (609), which was in the far end of a quite long corridor. One evening although the speed of the network of the hotel was about 14 Mbps the Internet speed (download) was mere 0,5 Mbps. Just behind the door the network speed was 28 Mbps and the Internet 3 Mbps. At the reception of the Hotel the Internet speed was 5 Mbps. Thus the WiFi desires some improvements. The buffet breakfast and buffet dinner, which we attended twice were perfect. If we still will travel to Antalya we will most certainly book this hotel again.

A good comfortable room is spoiled by the lack of good services. The bathroom sink is cracked, there's several lights that don't work (and weren't fixed in the two days that we were there), the WiFi just doesn't work regardless of where we went in the hotel, the room is very noisy, dirty brown carpet covers the floor, no note paper and pencil are provided, no tissues provided, and there is no maps or local information available in the hotel. All these things should be available in a 4 star hotel. Breakfast is good and wholesome. The supposed fruit juice is sweet syrup and tastes horrible. While the room is designated as a non-smoking room, there's an ashtray and matches provided. We would not stay here again.

The location of this hotel is perfect, it's close to the market where all the shopping is, it's close to the restaurants and close to AntalyaMarket which is a great shopping mall. Breakfast is good and staff were friendly. They need to work on the cleanliness of the rooms and especially the bathroom! They don't clean the bathrooms they just empty the garbage and the room is very dusty.

I stayed with my family ... wife kids and mother.. we liked the hotel the location is greattttttt ... the food is v. Good The manager is a very kind lady. It was high season in Eid holiday in summer and everything was fine. Recommended Thank you Khan hotel

Air condition was out of order!we had 33C in the room at night,we asked for help,nobody speaks english, they gave us a fan and said there is no problem.not willing to help. Breakfast not as shown in pictures,breakfast room extremely hot.we had the suite, paid all this money for no reason. NOT recommended!!!

This summer our travel agent book this hotel. we had requested for next to next rooms due to our 2 kids but they gave us on different floors. Air-conditioning is very poor and very out dated bathrooms even leaking two days. Very rude staff specially restaurant staff at breakfast time. We were told by reception to do your breakfast at 6:30 am due to our scheduled tour. But during our breakfast duty officer came rudely and asked us to leave as restaurant timing starts from 7 am as he did not receive any message from reception staff.... We do not recommend for staying in this Hotel specially families.

This hotel is in need of some renovation. The rooms are a little dated. This is my second visit to the hotel. This time I booked a suite for a week. The room was big enough for the 3 of us. We had a large king /queen bed and a stretcher/ portable bed for my son. (We had better beds in the corner suite. My son had his own full size bed.) The suite included a small lounge. This was a nice area to sit in when relaxing in the room. The staff are very friendly and are great with children. My son had his birthday while we were on holiday and the restaurant staff made him a cake. The reason for me booking this hotel is the location. Most things are walking distance.

Came here for summer. The location is fab - right in central near the bazaar and food places. It is 20 minutes from the airport , so fairly easy to get to. The hotel it self is standard. Nothing fancy . But it is what you need if on a break to explore antalya. The bathroom was ok and clean . You had to tell the cleaners to clean the room and even then they would come so early like 9/10am ! And sometimes just walk in the room whilst still inside . Breakfast was mediocre ... so don't expect an English breakast. Everything is turkish meats and pastries and salad etc. IMO : This hotel Is only good for location and that's it.

The hotel is below the expectations. First we were supposed to have connected rooms as per our reservation because we have 3 kids and we wanted the kids to be next to us but the staff refused claiming that they are fully booked!!! The rooms are spacious but with old furniture. Don't be fooled by the pictures. The isolation between the rooms is so bac that you can hear people in the other room sometimes. Sometimes you can smell the cigarette from the other rooms. No bathrobe or toothbrushes until you asked then they said they didn't have any more! The cleaness level is so bad, the room service lady cleaned the toilet from inside and out side using tbe same brush then she put the clean towels on the cover of the toilets while folding tbem before she put them on the shelf. The quality of food is average or less( not tasty) we reserved HB with drinks but they didn't offer any drinks during dinner except water( extra charge for drinks). The swimming pool is small and very sunny with bad service. Not recommended hotel. The plug points are not working properly.

It is an old hotel, the rooms are just ok, some plug points were not working. The good point is, it is in the heart of the city. Step out and you get into the local street, can walk around the lanes with multiple eating joints, ice-cream joints and shopping areas.

Once we get here there was Only one person at the hotel reception , he even didn't bother to smile or greet us at all. We waited from 5;30 till 10:30 till we get the room. I know it is upon availability, but at least they should treat guests better. Pictures on website are 100000% different from real. The room i got 202 is so small , shower is not working properly..wifi is ZERO all over the hotel... AND NO AIR CONDITIONING AT THE RESTAURANT

We were pleased with our stay. The hotel is conveniently located in one of the main streets for shopping and eateries. However, when your in the hotel you wouldn't know it as it is very quiet within. The roof top pool is nice and sunny and a good size and depth. Very enjoyable. The rooms themselves are an ok size (but not too spacious). They served a vast array of breakfast which was nice. Overall - a pleasant stay.

Stayed here for two nights: 28th & 29th June. Had some issues when checking in regarding the availability of our intended room on the 8th floor as it was apparently not ready. Got given a rather poor room on the 4th floor that had issues including non-functional phone and damaged furniture. After a bit of arguing at the reception, we were given what was probably our original room with a partial sea view on the 8th floor. The room was adequate - nothing special, but not bad either. Had a bit of an argument with a house keeping person and a member of staff from reception who was passing by about the quantity of water. Two of us were staying, but housekeeping had supplied one 500ml water bottle. After first being told I cannot have an extra bottle, I was then told it will be chargeable before eventually I convinced the staff that two people sharing one 500ml bottle of water is unacceptable. On one of the days, I wanted to to pup my water so reception sent me to the restaurant to fill my water bottle. When I got there, a manager and some staff were having a discussion. I asked where the water was and the manager tried to tell me I can't have it. I told him reception had sent me up and he actually rolled his eyes and made an "oooph" noise - to my face! he then instructed one of his team to lead me to the water dispenser. Things like this detract from the experience. I note there is a recent review from someone who claims to have been beaten up and abused by the staff. While that is obviously complete nonsense and Tripadvisor should remove that review, I can understand partially why the staff have a bit of an attitude - it is mostly down to the type of ill-mannered customers/guests. The hotel seemed to be filled mostly by 'Araby' type guests and they were seriously awful. Noisy, queue-jumping, making loud demands of the staff - especially in the restaurant at breakfast. Now I'm not trying to judge people based on their country or origin but I've travelled to middle eastern countries many times and this is just the normal behaviour which is at odds with the expected behaviour in hotels/establishments in other countries. So therefore, I understand the automatic defensive stance and attitude out on by the staff when approached by customers who don't look European. I don't think there is a solution but my advice to anyone who is not European, please don't go to this hotel if you want to have a peaceful experience with good manners on show from guests and staff. Elsewhere: the pool was adequate, but everyday I had to go down to reception to ask for towels. The gym was very basic - see photo. The location is absolutely fantastic if you intend to walk around Kaleici and there is an underground carpark. There is a mosque directly across the road from the entrance. Overall 3 out of 5. Loses stars due to the attitude of staff and the need to argue about everything. Recommended if you need to be in the Old Town. We had room 802 with a partial sea-view. This was an adequate room.

We stayed for 2 nights with our friends and family and found the hotel is having one star category of all eminities and all services e.i. - AC is not working, staff is not arrogant/ non cooperative, most people don't know English. Recommend not to stay.

A hotel with good location but very bad service specially the restaurant and staff they must learn how to attend tourists,they have high ego and 0 service ,all most whole staff must be well trained and should go to learn how to take care of tourist and I can understand why the tourists don't like to go to turkey any more ,very rude staff

What stands out for this hotel is the location. Right in the heart of the shopping district and close to the old town as well. Walking distance from most places one would wanna go to. However service is average and although the dinner spread is large , quality of food is average again. Rooms are spacious and clean but we had an air conditioning problem in both rooms. Complained thrice to the reception desk but they were not concerned. Aircondtioning seems to be an issue here as is clear in the reviews of some other travellers as well. I would recommend this hotel for the location convenience and if you don't want too much from anything else. Spa is average and they accept only cash without giving any receipt which they they don't tell you in the beginning so do check before taking the massage.

The hotel is located in the centre. Beach on one side 5mins walk and shopping food street on the other side. You can easily get anything around. Buffet breakfast and dinner both are good. Rooms are clean,neat beddings and bathrooms. Lifts are very busy you have to wait for sometime to go up/down. Room service is quick. The rooms have street view and have small balcony to sit outdoor.

Rooms are neat clean.. location is excellent.. the staff is rude and does not understand even a little bit of english.. we called up the restaurant and they said call reception to place order for food.. we called u0p the reception to place the order for a spaghetti in red sauce , arabiatta and grilled veg sandwich.. and what we got was plain spaghetti with some small pieces of tomatoes ,some kind of sweet dish and a sandwich with tomatoes.. even after calling up 2 times nobody came to even check or get our food and they billed us for 60 lira's .My husband went to the reception to ask them to change the food and give what we had ordered for which they refused..My husband too refused to pay for the food.. I am surprised that such a big hotel has no staff who speaks or even understands a little english..

I have stayed here for two nights, the hotel is in city center and near to beach. the manager was a great person with nice hospitality and the breakfast is excellent. the only problem was, when we gone to our room and took a choclate putted near tea, it was full of small ants and i have requested room service to change it and when i came back next night from a busy day it was like the same and not changed. good at all.

We stayed at Best western property in Cappadocia, which was very good and they recommended this Hotel in Antalya, hence we went there on April 15th and checked in for 2 nights. We stepped out in the afternoon and returned back to the room around 7pm and we realised that the AC was not working. Hence i called reception to enquire and was referred to one Mr. Nurullah, who was extremely rude and said that there is no AC and i should get out if i want to. I was shocked and went down to address his behaviour, and enquired why they didnt tell me that there was no AC when i was checking in? He got very aggressive and called 2 other staff members to beat me up...can you believe that! He was extremely aggressive and i feared for my safety. He forcefully checked me out and when i asked him for other hotel nearby, he said he doesn't care. One of the guys he called was a short bald bouncer, who walked aggressively up to me and and asked me to shut up. I called Ramada and went there...but this is the most disgraceful behaviour that i have ever experienced and I would strongly recommend the management take strong action against the Mr Nurullah. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Spent 3 nights here in April, chosen for location which was fine for roaming the old town. However I expected better standard of service for the price. The reception staff were uninterested in interacting and the pool was out of service. The breakfast and dinner choice was good but no English tea or coffee available at dinner time. The room was fairly basic with dated decor, the bed was a particularly stiff with uncomfortable pillows, so difficult to get a good night's sleep. However the room was clean enough, thanks to the hard working cleaning lady, who was the only person to smile at the hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights located near the Kaleiçi area of Antalya its about 20 minutes in a taxi from the airport. Greeted by a friendly porter on arrival, check in was fast and our room 803 had a half ocean half city view. Even though the decor is dated the room had a well stocked mini bar and tea/coffee making facilities that were replenished along with bottled water. Check out can be a little slow at peak times in particular if you have charges attached to your room bill.

It has a hospitable staff and really nice facilities. Very nice location as the shops and markets were very near for shopping and a pleasent interior and grand breakfast. Perfect for a family time out.

Staff excellent. Very helpful and pleasant. Just extremely impressed. My son had an accident during our stay. Our hats go out to all the staff who helped us during our traumatic experience. They did everything to help us sort my son out. Without they help we could not of managed.

Nice hotel with very convenient location. Food had many varieties but indian vegetarians will have a tough time. Rooms were good and clean and beds comfortable. Walkable distance from most shopping centres and eateries.

It was really great service and local in the town . All city near by you , Hotel qualty not ultra deluxe but all employees are lookafter well . Stayed here for 3 nights in one of the suites. I chose a suite because I was afraid of ending up in a tired, old, worn out room, (based on other reviewers experiences). I can say that the suite was of an excellent standard. The suite: Clean, good furniture, lounge, stocked mini-fridge, complementary bottle of water every day. Good sized balcony with a view of the mountains if you stretch your head to the right, (mountains also viewable directly from the other windows in the room). Comfortable bed. Good air conditioning. Digital clock with alarm. A room key for each of us. Good shower. Good bathroom. Only bad point about the room: The hotel is next to a mosque. So 06:30 is your wake up call whether you want it or not. The morning call to prayer sounds at this time for a few minutes. Otherwise, the room was very quiet with almost nothing heard from adjacent rooms. This may have been because there were few guests at this time of year, so I reserve overall judgement on the quietness of the hotel rooms at this time. Swimming pool: Looking good and ready to go. But... closed and locked up for the winter season. A pity, because the sign says that there is no lifeguard on duty - so staffing isn't needed? It was warm enough for a swim, but, sadly, closed. Massage Spa and Gym: No comment as we didn't use these. Breakfast: Buffett only. The food sits for hours going horribly stale. There's a big selection of foods on offer - but don't eat the breakfast cereal as it's awful. It seems to be an ornament they bring out, each day, for breakfast, as nobody eats the cereal. I had to spit it out, was a seriously bad taste. There is a strong Turkish affinity for pastries - so you might enjoy those, if it doesn't interfere with your body weight, (all that flour). There's also a good selection of sweet foods and fruit. Failing that, have a toastie. Overall, for the high price, (not really untypical of hotels), I would seek out breakfast on the streets where there are innumerable cafes nearby. Dinner: A rather small menu to choose from. The food was of average quality. The waiter didn't speak English and he wrote our order on a bit of tissue, as he had no paper with him. Food took about an hour to turn up. Alternatively, you could have the buffett. We didn't, because breakfast was so stale. The food will have been kept on the heat for several hours and gone stodgey. Reception: A couple of the reception staff speak reasonable English. The conceirge spoke good English and was excellent. He worked like a machine, (in a good way), rushing around and helping people and answering the phone. Patrolling the street outside, hawking for incoming guests to help. He can be identified by his protruding belly and glasses. I should have got his name. He was very helpful and booked an excursion for us. He called our room, later, to let us know the time of pickup had changed. As we didn't answer in time, he put a letter under the door to our room. He deserves a cash bonus for his most excellent professionalism and work ethic. Hotel manager take note!

The location is perfection, it is in the middle of the shopping district, walking distance to the harbor and the old town. The food was superb and the experience was overall wonderful, would definitely stay there again!

The Hotel is ideal for folk travelling to Antalya and also for an overnight stay when flying from the local Airport. The area is served by a new direct metro tram from airport to hotel. Pleasant staff and good command of spoken English

I & my wife stayed once again in this hotel, which indicates that we like it very much. The air conditioning had been improved since year 2016. However, there were no improvements in WiFi compared to the previous year. The speeds on the floors were something like 0.5 - 2 Mb/s. The speed was somewhat better in the lobby. Our room, the big swimming pool, restaurant, corridors etc were very clean. The were a lot of choises of the buffet breakfast. Once we had dinner and even then the choises of buffet were enormous. Our room was big enough for two persons. We stayed for 8 nights and every time when we came back to the room after cleaning it was very clean. We didn't notice any worn outs in the room. All of the few electricity plugs were in use and thus when charching telephones etc we had to disconnect a plug already in use. We were very happy regarding our stay in this hotel and will visit it also next year - hopefully

The location is ideal. It's pretty close to the old town and smack dab in the middle of a shopping district. However, the hotel itself seemed pretty old and in need of some remodeling. The management also needs to invest in some light fixtures, particularly in the bathrooms. Most of the staff members barely understood or spoke any English, but I suppose all of that was overshadowed by their incredible breakfast and dinner buffets. Although interacting with some of the staff was bit complicated due to language barrier, they were all really helpful. It was a fun stay and will definitely visit again!

I preferred this hotel because it was very close to the place that l had a business for two days. the hotel has 4 stars but the service and the quality seems like one star. Not very clean. the internet connection was very bad. you can find better ones in Antalya, l dont recommend at all.

This hotel is mediocre for my taste. If you are looking for a hotel with an ideal location, this is the hotel, beyond that you will be disappointed. The great advantage of the hotel is that it is centrally located and convenient for those who want to shop and tour the neighborhoods of Antalya, and within walking distance you will find everything you request. Another advantage of the hotel is that there is a pool and fun to swim in the morning. In terms of the shortcomings I felt, first of all there is a bad smell in the Corridor, in addition to the breakfast was not tasty at all, there is no Internet surfing at all in our room, the elevator is crowded, relatively small room and especially the accessories very old. Once again, if you are looking for a hotel just to rest and buy then it is the hotel and those who are looking for attractions and staying in the hotel itself, it is better to look for another alternative. Where shall i start from !!! We arrived to the hotel yesterday, first of all the smell of the rooms and the corridor was as bad as you can imagine. We checked into our room and it was a disaster, first the bed was dirty! The Furniture will almost fall because its too old ! And the tv is almost as big as a pc screen! The toilet was a problem for me as well, no tooth paste, no shower-gel, too small and old, and it smells bad as well, ohh and lets not forget the door and walls because we can hear almost everything happening in the corridors and rooms beside us and that was a real problem. And that wasn't the only things about this hotel, I went to have my breakfast in the main restaurant and besides the ugly smell that became a normal thing since it's every where, there was literally not a single item that is eatable, the food was so dry and tastes so bad, i don't really understand why people rated this hotel as a good one, since even the internet is sooo bad that you cant open any thing even trip advisor, we had to buy a sim card with an internet so we can search for some good places and restaurants. But to be fair the location super amazing, it is surrounded with many many restaurants and shops, and its near the marina and the marina is an amazing place that is full of life, pops and restaurant. however I really don't recommend this hotel to any one.

i have stayed in this hotel several time. It is nice property with good services. It location makes it best choice for stay in Antalya city for families and business people. You can sea and shopping because both are near. Its food is also good. It shall be more ideal if hotel management can upgrade its room interiors.

good place but the wifi is extremely slow. never had such a poor wifi since years. you can't even open a simple email. gym is not good enough equiped. no real non smoking rooms. professional friendly reception staff! good located.

first - staff of hotel was very friendly and helpful, it was also nice to be greeted not only by front office team but also by Kitchen team while having breakfast or dinner. breakfast was good, I also had dinner there, variety of food was good and tasty. room is clean and with very lovely white-blue design, I had room with balcony - so very good for smokers. location of hotel is just excellent - there kind of bazaar and shopping street around and behind hotel, one shopping centre in walking distance may be 5 min only, Old town is also very near may be about 10 min walking slowly and it has a lot of bars, restaurants and pubs, very nice atmosphere there after long tour day. . definitely will stay again when will be back to Antalya.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The breakfast was the best with a huge variety to choose from. The room we had on the 7th floor was sea facing. An amazing view. In the centre of all shopping places. Totally loved it.

The location of the hotel is excellent, about 10 minutes away from kaleici on foot, and in the middle of a live and buzzing area with beautiful souks around. The reception is nice, the rooms were also nice but not so stunning. The room service was not very satisfying; we ordered an extra blanket for my baby 3 times and in the end my husband had to go down to remind them of it. Also the room cleaning service was somewhat slow, our room stayed 2 consecutive days without cleaning because we were returning to the hotel around 3 pm to rest and they were still cleaning the other rooms and didn't reach ours. What partly compensated for that was the 2 free water bottles we found everyday inside the room near the door. The breakfast and dinner buffet were awesome and diverse, the hall was big enough but the air condition was off and it was 37C !!! we sweated while we ate, it was so annoying. also in the first few days the tea was included in the buffet, suddenly it became extra and you have to pay for it ! Guys, if you want to retrench, save the sushi and fish but HELL keep the tea. I mean what's cheaper than tea?? In overall, it was a nice stay and I would repeat it BUT please before that fix the issues I mentioned, especially the air condition issue.

Very good location situated in the middle of the market & pubs Street, and just a few minutes walk from the mall. The hotel premises itself is a nit old, but relatively fine for the price paid. The pool is good too, and the Breakfast buffet is also well. Overall, we enjoyed the stay there.

The hotel is in a central location. Most of the staff know English. The hotel is modern and has all amenities one would want if time permitted (spa, pool, etc.). The things that I desire were all there, many outlets, a/c, wifi. I had both breakfast and dinner here and both were great. I wish I had a room with a better view. Apart from that, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

I stayed with my wife in Khna Hotel 3 years ago. Since that very satisfactory visit only minor changes have taken place in the hotel. Wifi connection from the hotel (either lobby, the room or corridors) to Internet was as bad as 3 years ago. The maximum speed was about 1.5 Mb/s mostly being less than 1 Mb/s, which is not acceptable in modern times. The air condition of the room was a little bit better than 3 years ago, when it didn't function at all. In all the other respects the hotel is very good and its staff is very friendly. If we will visit Antalya again we will try to stay again in this hotel. The buffet breakfast is excellent. Excellent dinner buffe is served costing 35 YTL including all except served drinks.

This hotel is right in the middle of Antalya which is very near the Market, Mall, Harbour & short distance to he beach. Perhaps that is the reason for it popularity with Bussiness Travellers & Holiday Travellers. The rooms are priced reasonably & are very clean & very comfortable. The rooms do have any beach view, but have the city view. The reception renovation was going on during the time of our visit, but it did not matter as we were received well & it do not cause any disturbance to us. The staff & the management spoke English was very courteous & friendly. There was a small issue with the room temperature, but was quickly attended & sorted out by the Manager. The breakfast was fairly elaborate & had a good mix of veg & non veg dishes. Everything was at a walkable distance from this hotel & they can guide you at the travel desk the attractions nearby. The taxi is available right in front of he hotel. Overall a good hotel to stayin whether it is holiday or business.

From the time we were met at the front steps by the concierge and our luggage taken straight to our rooms, we were made to feel very welcome at this fabulous hotel. Excellent, spacious rooms, spotlessly clean, fully appointed bathrooms, balconies, everything you need. Friendly staff, willing to help with all your needs. Fantastic breakfasts, with a huge buffet style selection of hot and cold dishes, all served in a the large, spacious dining room. The location of the hotel is so handy for all areas in Antalya within easy reach, a taxi rank at the door, tram service on the next street. Congratulations to The Manager and all his staff for running such and excellent hotel and making our stay there such a pleasure.

My stay in this hotel was more than pleasent. The staff were all freindly who spoke Turkish and English. The food was Great!! The room were spacious with decent ACs and a view of the mountains. The pool was where i spent most of my time, it was loads of fun. The hotel's location was ideal in city center. It was extrmely close to the market and tram stations. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antalya.

I stayed here for 6 days with my partner. All in all, a perfect hotel, would probably deserve 5* as everything from the service to the cleanliness of the hotel is spot on. If I had to be picky.. The language barrier was a slight difficulty, speaking English over the telephone to some staff would prove to be rather difficult. Customer service however is second to none, the staff are constantly trying their best to ensure you are happy. Thanks for a great week, especially considering the unfortunate events occurring in Turkey within the recent months, we both felt safe and secure :-)

Putting a review very late indeed but hopefully is it worth it given the circustances become traveller friendly again in Turkey. Absolutely amazing people of this place in general. If one is looking for a mid-range, comfortable, friendly and easy access to local transports then this is a very good choice for such travellers. We stayed in this hotel last year in early June (due to my late reviw the website is not letting me put June 2015 as travel date) and had a good experience overall. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a nice view of the city and the sea. We also enjoyed at the pool and spa. The food is good as well. Over a thumbs-up experience

The hotel is located quite well with a short walk to the mall while the back streets offer good entertainment and shopping options. They have a shuttle to the beach where they have an arrangement for beach chairs; you can pay a little extra to get better service down at the beach which we did. The rooms are clean and comfortable but air conditioning always seemed to be an issue for us. The staff did do their best to help whenever possible.

I was staying in this hotel from 5th July for 3 nights the front office desk made me wait for an hour to check in after coming from a hectic flight and aircondition was not working at reception, staff was not at all friendly horrible experience. Rooms are small and toilet is small too. Not worth for money you pay except location

Stayed in this hotel for a week. The room was large and very clean with a great view of the pool. Friendly staff and near all shops, old town and taxi rank. Situated near all the tourist stuff. Would recommend to anyone. The hotel stood out against others in the area and I was not disappointed. The room service was good and very quick. Liked the free bottles of water each day and the complimentary bowl of fruit on the first day.

Walking distance to the old kaleici streets. Modern hotel . lovely rooms and really nice reception staff. Rooftop pool is a great area to relax. The hotel is surrounded by shops and small eateries and a taxi rank for airport transfers is right outside. Definitely recommend this hotel.

As part of our tour of Turkey group we stayed 2 nights here and can't speak highly enough of the hotel staff! From the very beginning they were friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. Food is amazing, massive pool, rooms spotless and very well appointed, free WIFI. Right in the middle of this exciting city so easy access to shopping etc. We had the misfortune of leaving some important documents in the safe when checking out only realising several hours later on our way within the tour group to the next hotel. One phone call by our tour guide to this hotel and they were freighted to us for which we were extremely grateful. Loved this hotel hope to return another time.

Great central location, wonderful breakfast, friendly helpful staff, and the corner rooms are spacious. Reception area recently renovated and there is money being spent on the hotel, but it needs it. Rooms are tatty, bathrooms seriously below par, so the price no longer looks the bargain it once did (especially as everywhere else in Turkey is now bargain basement).

The hotel location is perfect, old city is less than 10 minutes away. Rooms are nice and very clean. The food was great too, not a wide variety but tasty. Very nice and friendly staff, ask them about activities in the area and they'd help you.

This is my third stay here on consecutive years and every year the stay here has gotten better. Now with new reception area the welcome is pretty good - but be sure when checking in that you share with the receptionist how many wifi device you have as each needs its own password to log on. Breakfast is good choice and I never left hungry. The hotel has a central air style of air conditioning and as a result sometimes out of season it is cooler to open the windows than to use the Air con. The hotel offers a bus to the beach at 10 am and return at 4 but best tell reception your desire to go to the beach as it only has one bus and sometimes that bus goes on airport runs. Room service is great and very affordable- really like spaghetti but the restaurant offers a big buffet style dinner so if you are hungry fill up there. The rooftop pool has great vista over the city and is naturally heated by the sun - so can be a little refreshing out of season and is always good for a splash. The bathrooms are compact and the floor can get slippy as a result- best practices is to grab a large blue pool towel and add that to the floor to make it safer after a shower. In general the staff are very nice and friendly and most speak some English . It's a great place to stay if you like shopping, beach and being near the picturesque old town with all the good facilities plus tea and coffee making on the room.

People do not believe in the photos this stay was one of the worst I have ever experienced. Firstly as a single they tried to put me in a small pocky room with single beds even though it cost me more as I had to pay the single supplement. After speaking to the tour guide I was given a better room but the hotel really needs to be upgraded. very old furnishings and pool what pool!! it has been closed down with no water or amenities to relax around and we had two warm days looking at a concrete area with no seating. And watch your bill they tried to charge me double for drinks when questioned could only produce the receipts that I had signed for. Very disappointing and would not recommend. And this was the only hotel that we had to bring out our own bags to the bus even though we had paid for concierge services!!

Central and convenient location. Staff speak English and it's very helpful. Room got balcony, it's spacious and classy furnished. Complimentary water, coffee tea restocked daily. Pool is great overlooking main square and never busy, because it's sorts of business hotel. The highlight is food. Breakfast and dinner buffet are spectacular to look at and to taste. Everything's restocked before it runs low. 24/7 reception and room service are very efficient. Room minibar is well stocked. There's even condom. Seriously, everything you can think about ??. There is always on power socket in every room. In the bathroom you find shaving kit (razor and saving gel), dental kit ( foldable toothbrush and toothpaste), body lotion, bath foam plus all the usual good quality. Room safe is free of charge so it's WiFi. WiFi works well everywhere including your balcony, swimming pool, restaurant. For the price you pay it's a steal.

Stayed here 23rd July to 25th July 2015, its a 2-3star hotel. It's an old built hotel on a very small property. The best part of this hotel is its location because of which I also opted for this hotel. It's in the main central old town area of Antalya. The moment your get out of the hotel just a minute on the left starts the main walking shopping street, with several shopping stalls and dine in places and several options to try authentic Turkish cuisine and buy traditional cultural Turkish handicraft at good prices. 5 minutes away is a beautiful mosque and tram station and further away is a beautiful jetty area where there are small cruises of one hour duration that one can take and enjoy the natural beauty of Antalya on a cruise. The rooms of this hotel are very spacious although old built. Location is the only plus point of this hotel. Staff is courteous, they made special arrangements to give takeaway breakfast to us the day we were checking out as we had a very early flight, over all a good experience.

While marketed as 5* hotel, it certainly doesn't live up to this. The staff are not particularly friendly, and the bell boy service didn't work to get our cases down to the bus. The key cards to the room had several failures over 2 days and needed reprogramming (additional trips down to reception). The wifi kept dropping out requiring logging in each time. The pool was empty and the bottom needed a good clean - temperatures were 28+C. The air conditioning wasn't active so rooms were too warm. This hotel seriously needs to consider how it treats its guests. It doesn't reach Best Western standards.

Hotel is situated in the old town section, it is dated but clean and reasonably comfortable. It is marked down because my experience is that the service is poor. I am currently at the hotel, am unwell so staying in bed for the day. I received a phone call asking if I wanted the room cleaned, I said room cleaning was not needed today, just some fresh towels, the reply was OK. 5 hours later the towels still have not arrived. I am in a disabled room, the phone goes straight to reception. I asked for room service when reception answered, they told me to dial direct - but yesterday I was told I cannot dial direct because this is a special phone. I explained this to reception today and was told they would ask room service to phone me - that was 2 hours ago. No one has phoned back. It is way past lunchtime now. I am hungry but there seems no point in asking again, the staff have not proved to be helpful. I am stuck alone in this room until a family member arrives later to assist me. If you have disability or health problems which may keep you confined for a day or two during your travels, definitely book a different hotel in Antalya.

I have been staying at this hotel for several yrs now every time I go to Antalya. The location is within walking distance to all the shops, to the sea and to the old city. Excellent if you wish to be in the city. The staff is so warm and friendly, there is no request they will not try their very best to cater. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable and the buffets at breakfast and dinner are superb.For those who do not eat meat or dairy, there is such a huge variety of fresh wholesome veggies, salads and greens , its a true veggie feast! I truly enjoy this hotel very much!

It's a decent hotel located in central Antalya city. Friendly service from staff, clean rooms that have fresh bedding daily, ample room space, good food - especially breakfast buffet. Surrounding shops and restaurants are not too impressive - needs some tourist attraction and upliftment.

great location in the city center. the staff was great and so helpful. the food is great! i simply love it! the most important thing is the staff that was so helpful and nice. they have made my trip simply wonderfull.

We stayed here one night. Room was quiet and comfortable with a city view. Easy walk to marina and old city with shopping district surrounding. Spa was nice. Gym was a bit dark and creepy. Food was lovely in restaurant and breakfast was amazing.

Very convenient location. Tram, seafront, bus, market are all at walking distance. Spacious rooms. The best part though is the food and dessert especially. Loved it. Ate my way to a bigger dress size. Unfortunately the pool is shut due to the cold weather.

Located in Antalya City Center- I am not sure if the hotel wants to profile itself as a businesshotel or a holiday hotel- In my opinion its a mix.. Location is perfect right in the middle of the city and within walkingdistance to most things. Lobby is rather small, and quickly fills up if more than 1 guest arrive at the same time. Plenty of lifts to take you to the floors. The Khan is not a new hotel, but it is well kept and clean. Rooms are of good size with comfy beds, small balcony, aircon, sat tv - channel selection not impressive but ok, wifi worked fine and was reliable, minibar, coffee & tea- not supplied everyday, some days you get a free bottle of water i.e. no consistency. Smallish bathroom with not enough watercovering, so your floor will be wet after a shower- take care when getting out of the tub..Waterpressure good. Soapdispensers. Cleaning slobbish but not exactly bad. Unfortunately the sign on door "do not disturb" does not prevent them from knocking on the door...As you are in Turkey, and in the city you have many mosques in the vicinity of the hotel, not sure that your earplugs will help at the early morning call for prayer.. I have mixed experiences about the restaurant- First of all, morningguy very unattentives and he might rethink if people enjoy the hardpumping techno music for breakfast at 7am....The first few days of my stay there was a huge group staying there and the restaurant reminded me more of a cafeteria in a dormitory- empty trays, not enough bread etc etc. not exactly pleasant. I was surpriced that the restaurant allows people to smoke during meals- there is a terrace to do so- but smoking is allowed inside- well for some at least. As a smoker myself, I find that unnessesary. I found most staff in the restaurant very friendly and helpful, and the food choice good and fresh. There is a lobbybar and a pool- not open due to winter season. Also there is a spacenter and workout possability- for a charge. I found staff in this hotel very friendly and hospittable- and the hotel is a 4 star facility, the reason for my 3 points is because of the inconsistancy in service which must be improved.. And I would not have a problem staying here again. AntalyaCity is wonderful and a good alternative from the all-inclusive resort in the vicinity.

Perfect place to stay while in this beautiful city. The location is very central. The hotel form the inside looks amazing, like a seven star hotel. It has a swimming pool and massage parlour as well. Would defo reccommend anyone visiting!

In the middle of February I've been to Antalya seeking spme worm days. And this time, going as a single woman I choose a bigger hotel in Antalya, giving up to Old Kaleici. So... it was Best Western Plus Khan. I had a corner room with city view which was quite big but next time I'll email them for a sea view room. I had a double bed, a sofa, flat TV (of course, Beko), balcony, minibar (fair prices), daily a 1/2 bottle of water, a few bags of tea, 2 bags of nessespresso daily, kettle. As a single woman I choose HB basis (I didn't want to eat by myself at night in some restaurants) and I didn/t regret it. Good food, both breakfast and dinner buffet style, free turkish tee and water at dinner. Both dinner and breakfast there are cold and hot dishes and I always found something to eat. I noticed that some of the chefs were in the restaurant during the meals and they offer details if you ask them. Also they replace very fast dishes which had finished. Nice personnel in the restaurant, very prompt. Hotel is near Old Town, bazaar market and not very far from Mark Mall Antalya, In fact it's position is on a pedestrian street with lots of shops and restaurants. The only disadvantage was that during my stay there were some renovation working on the lobby and on the hall of my floor. Good wifi connection.

It was the first time I stayed in this hotel. Everything is very average. Nothing special. However all the things in the room are pretty old. Especially in the bathroom. It is clean enough. I have no idea about breakfast because I did not have it. The only thing more than average for this hotel is its location. It is located at center of the city.

Hotel was lovely, room was spacious, clean with everything you need inc tea/coffee in room, unusual for Turkey, we also had sea view. Excellent food, fab breakfast oh and the staff were very helpful & friendly.

While Hotel location was its main attraction as it was less than a km from Kaleici, food in the Hotel had limited options for vegetarian. Room size was very spacious. Hotel offered a free parking as I had rented a car to visit near by location.

We chose to stay at this hotel as it is very central and close to the airport which was perfect for us. The hotel is lovely and clean and beyond what I expected apart from a few flaws that I had found in our room. We asked for a sea view room but then was moved to a room on the first floor but it didn't matter in the end as I did sprain my ankle whilst I was there, the telephone didn't work so when we wanted to ring reception or order room service we had to go down to the reception or restaurant, there was a plug falling apart and when my partner put a plug in the whole plug fell out which could have been very dangerous also through our whole 5 nights we weren't given any tea or coffee just 3 bowls with sugars in. Other than these flaws the hotel is lovely and would most likely stay again.

It was a very nice room with a super view, the old city Kaleiçi, sea and the mountains. The room was very comfortable and everything you need is there. Also coffee, tea and kettle, in bathroom also more things then I see in other places. The breakfast and dinner was fine and a lot of choice and tastefull. I prefere meze and they are very good. The staff is very helpfull and friendly. I will come back for sure.

This hotel is at the central location of the city which is very near to the beach and to the market place. Restaurant is amazing. Staff was so helpful here. We had Breakfast and dinner included in our room and trust me food was really amazing. Everyday they had something new in the menu. if i visit Antalya next time, i will surely stay in this hotel. Rooms were clean and big. Thank you Best Western Khan hotel for making our trip memorable.

Staying at the Best Western is a treat if you want somewhere central, comfortable and with a great breakfast. Dinner is available also if you wish, The rooms are very spacious with good bathrooms. Extra nice are rooms with a balcony and a view of the sea and mountains. In the twice I've stayed here there has been a fruit plate ( very much appreciated .) The staff are so helpful and obliging making it a pleasure to be at their hotel.

if you leave aside the fact that this hotel has a very central location well suited for making purchases in a well priced and bustling market with great deals on everything , the hotel itself left much to be desired . From poor service and poor housekeeping we felt the place left a lot to be desired. The hotel menu is also not cosmopolitan hence if you are not totally comfortable with a predominantly local food flavor minus the actual kebabs within rotis that turkey is so famous for you may be left disappointed. We returned at the end of a day's tour to find t he room not cleaned at all other than the bed which had been somewhat made up .on pointing this out the housekeeping staff came by and attended to thedeficiencies in a rather offhand and abrupt manner which left a bad taste. The hotel did try to make amend by sending across fruit baskets etc but the damage in impression was done .

The Best Western turned out to be a great hotel close to the sites of Antalya. Spacious clean rooms, with a balcony and sweeping views. The breakfast buffet was 5*! Large fresh honeycombs and warm chocolate croissants were my favourite. The dampner on the Antalya part of my trip was the TRANSFER COMPANY ELEFTI TRAVEL ( Recommended by Expedia/Hotel.com)! I prepaid this. Nobody was at the airport to meet me and I eventually found a small stall on the opposite side of the airport. Eventually a rude woman appeared and told me to wait at the Burger King ( for 1.5 to 2 hours!) Elefti have informed me that this is acceptable! I finally took a taxi. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY; I was surprised that they were recommended and a hotel like THE BEST WESTERN approved them! All in all a bad experience!

This hotel is very centric. The rooms have all you need and are spacious. The breakfast is very good. The service is great and the personnel was very friendly and helpful with my inquiries. They have a shuttle to pick you up at the airport and to take you to the airport. It is very safe to walk around. The rooms are quiet. Our room was located towards the mosque, yet we didn't hear any chants and were able to sleep through the night. The view from hotel was fantastic, you could see the beach. The tram is 10 minutes walking distance. There is a plaza right behind the hotel where you will find lots of restaurants and stores. We did some great shopping in that area. Their clothes is very economic and very good quality. The hotel has a free shuttle to Konyaalti beach at specific times (I rated Konyaalti in another review. Great beach btw). Or you can walk to the square where the Clock Tower is and take the tram (also rated in another review) and in 10 min you will be in Konyaalti Beach. Antalya is known for the production of portakal (oranges) so you will find fresh delicious orange juice in every corner for only 4 Turkish Lira. I only have one comment on the hotel. The breakfast includes beverages, however, if you want freshly squeezed orange juice you have to pay extra. I found it disappointing being that they have large production of oranges. Anyhow, I preferred to buy from the street at cheaper price. If I was to go back to Antalya I would definitely stay at the Best Western Plus Khan for the value price, breakfast, centric location, and service.

The hotel is centrally located, good for the old town and the shopping street. Yo can walk to most of places, swim on the 2nd floor and have half-board for a decent price. The hotel is not fancy, but you know what to expect. Would be four stars if not for their poor reservation system - don't book on the hotel site and submit payment details if you want to save your time from thieves.

Small clean rooms, hotel has a small swimming pool, great buffet breakfast and dinner, Best of all well located near the harbour and old city, except the beaches every thing at walking distance to sum up value for money

Staff, food, facilities all excellent. Room and all areas very clean and comfortable. Pool area and facilities also clean. Fantastic food choices at breakfast and open buffet in evening. All staff extremely smart and very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will most likely return in the future.

Best Western Plus Khan Hotel in Antalya, Turkey is one of the best hotel of Best Western Plus Chain. Me and my wife stayed for 3 nights in September 2015 and booked a corner double room which is huge with all the facilities. The room is huge in the 8th floor with Sofa & Study Table. Bed is comfy. Breakfast has hundreds of items including american and turkish items. Food was fantastic. Location close to Kaleici - 3 minute walking distance. Lots of shops and eating places around the hotel. Manager in the reception was really helpful as we booked one day Side, Perge & Aspendos tour through the hotel. Excellent overall.
