Best Western Plus Raffles Inn & Suites

The breakfast was absolutely perfect for a day before Disneyland. It is within walking distance of Disney and a shuttle is right next door, but we didn't use it because we didn't want to deal with figuring out how to get the stroller, bags and all the kids on since we were traveling with littles. Sergio was so nice and gave us the best service to make sure we were comfortable. My kids loved the bunk beds and having their own space. The floor was a little bumpy—it felt like there were some holes, and it smelled a little dank at first, but it fit our needs!

Now that our child is a bit older, we pretty much only stay here when we go to Disneyland. The suites are large and very afforable. The Disney shuttle is nearby. Parking used to be free. They just started charging for parking, but most places do. The highlight is breakfast. Sergio Martinez does an excellent job maintaining the breakfast. He is very attentive, and they recently added chopped fresh veggies to go with your eggs. I normally don't eat hotel breakfast eggs, but that was all I ate this trip between some toast to hold it all in. Other items are on rotation, make your own waffles, bacon, yogurt, etc.

Reasonable priced hotel clean and loved that larger room had 2 full baths and bunk beds! Friendly service and great phone customer service location is near Disney. No breakfast included but everything else was great! Several restaurant locations very close on same street and other great stores as well!

Sergio was amazing during breakfast. He was sweet and he was very attentive. He was on top of everything, we would see him asking people if they needed anything for breakfast. There was never a time during our stay that the breakfast trays were empty, he was always refilling them. It was amazing!

We had a 2 room suite. Plenty of room. Nice hot breakfast in the morning. We walked to Toy Story Parking Lot and from there took free bus to park. Room was clean, housekeeping options available It was quiet

We loved the breakfast! We also appreciated Sergio for his guest service! We look forward to seeing the new renovations, and would be likely to return to this location. I would recommend this location because you can walk to the Toy Story Disney shuttle for a free ride.

The pillows are the best part of the bed. The rooms were quiet. Fresh towels ever morning. The absolute best part was the breakfast. It was well stocked, clean and the attendant was very on top of things. My son spilled waffle mix everywhere and they were quick and kind helping us to clean it up. Thank you especially to Sergio M. For the professional service.

Even though they are under construction, everyone in the staff is ready to help to make me and my family have a great time. Place is quiet at night with all the amenities in the room we have. Breakfast is more than continental, and again, staff is ready to help - looks like there is a cheerleading event, lots of people, everyone leaves happy!

Excellent customer service from the check in staff to staff at the breakfast area. Sergio M. goes out if his way to make you feel welcomed when you walk in for breakfast. Rooms are outdated but very clean. A 10 minute walk to the toy story parking shuttle

Room was very clean and very roomy. Price was excellent for the area. Breakfast was good choices, hot and fresh. Could of walked to Disneyland. Price for parking was only 17 a night and there was no deposit what so ever.

The receptionist whose name is Mariela was above and beyond the best receptionist I've ever encountered She changed our room so I could have a bath tub and even she even gave us keys to two rooms so we could choose the one we perfreed. Then after we got settled in we couldn't figure out how to get the bus pass and of course she fixed it and off we were.. Our room was perfect and the breakfast and the room were sooo yummy

Highly recommend this location as you can use the ART transit to get to and from the hotel to Disneyland which means less walking, as you walk enough around the parks. Staff are friendly, free breakfast and pool is nice and warm. Rooms are a bit dated, the pillows are tiny, but they are in the process of renovating them.

We stayed here for ring in the New Year at the happiest place on earth. The location is GREAT, so nice to be able to hop on the bus at the Toy Story lot and skip the lines at the main entrance saved a lot of time, it was only about a 10 min walk to the actual busses. The staff from the front desk all the way to the housekeeping and dining area were super friendly. The food for breakfast was what you would expect, pretty bland basic food, potatoes, eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, a few pastries, the menu changes each day. However…… our room desperately needed an update. We stayed in the family suite on the 3rd floor which had a king bed in the room you walk into and a sleeper sofa and bunk beds in the other room. The room had a really old dated smell as soon as we opened the door, a really overwhelming smell. The carpet looked like it had never been changed since the hotel was built. There was also something under the carpet seemed like a small door, or covered up vent, or I have no clue what it could have been but you could feel it and hear it when you stepped on it and it was right in the middle of a high traffic area. The ceiling had stains on it right above the master bedroom bed as well. The furniture was also very very dated. The bathroom could use some work, a very small vanity area which was super hard for a family to maneuver given it being a family suite, lots of wasted space with a huge old tub in there. It would be nice to have the vanity outside the toilet and shower area so people can get ready while others are showering. The pillows were super small and the comforter wasn't even a comforter, it felt like you were using 2 sheets. The king bed was comfortable for my husband and I but the kids said the bunk beds weren't very comfortable. There was plenty of room for my family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids age 12 and 9 in the living areas though and it was very nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. I wish I would have taken more photos of the room but these are the only ones I got, hope this helps future travelers.

Beds, towels, bathroom very clean. Walking distance to Disney transportation. The website claims it is a hotel, but it is an old motor lodge. Not enough electrical outlets, no usb outlets, extremely noisy (thin walls and ceiling), breakfast average. No free shuttle to airports or Disney Parks. They have third party services to offer at a price.

The family suite was spacious. But the cleanliness of the room was horrible. Dirt and hair all in thw bathroom. Floors were disgusting, had to wear shoes or socks at all time unless you wanted nasty dirty black feet. While away we ended up getting ants and maintenance was in no hurry to get rid of them, we waited 20-25 minutes for them to come. Absolutely ridiculous. When requested room service they didn't come until after 3 and just made the bed. Didnt give us new sheets nor towels. Beds aren't comfortable at all.

we had Great service reception staff were amazing , clean room couldn't have asked for more , breakfast included food was hot a good option when there's so many guests. Staff went above and beyond to help which we really appreciated.

Definitely the best value, the best customer service, great breakfast! Also I have to say, for our family of 5 we rarely find a hotel that will accommodate us and have a place for each of us to sleep without have to have the kids share a bed! So this was a real treat for all of us to have a hotel that is perfect for families with children!

This stay was ok. Great location, walking distance to bus lot for Disney Parks, very close to other restaurants. Staff was friendly, but we had 2 instances of finding roaches in our room, our showerhead sputtered the entire time we showered, the curtain was useless, the bathroom flooded every time. We don't think we'd stay again unless the rooms are upgraded.

Staff was professional and courteous. Room average, clean. Door stuck,,difficulty opening. Bednsqueakef but maintainence fixed it and the chair. Tv Spanish guide, no one could fix. Bed not the greatest. Height places, low places.

Happy with the staff and the room. The shower was fantastic. Breakfast is include and was a bit ordinary and the breakfast facilities need improving. Only one 2 slice toaster for a large hotel. INternet is terrible. They did give me a number to call tech support but the line dropped out 3 times (not good for a tech support business) and I gave up. Internet kept dropping out and was very, very slow. BIggest complaint was they put me in a room next to one they were renovating, and had construction noises coming through the wall. They moved me the next day but then started renovating the room above me after another day. There was no warning of this when I booked.

The staff was awesome and the breakfast was so, so good. I was very surprised that they had a staff just to take care of the breakfast. A very enjoyable experience especially when your from out of town

As a family of 5 it can be hard to find suitable accommodations. This property was perfect for our needs staying in the two room suite with bunkbeds & a pullout couch. Free parking. Free breakfast. A mile walk from Disneyland (we did not use the offered shuttle).

Everything was awesome. The reason for my 4/5 rating is that for breakfast they don't have vegetarian options. So that's is why I'm rating it. Everything else was great! The beds were comfy and everything was updated.

We decided to stay here for our kids first trip to Disneyland. Even though it was a little further away from the park than we would've liked to stay, there are a couple shuttle options that made it do-able. The stay were super friendly. My only complaints were that the water didn't get hot enough and for me, the bed wasn't comfortable (I have back issues, thus me needing hotter water). The kids like the bunk beds and it was pretty quiet during our stay.

The walk to/from the parks was manageable the first couple of times but after long days at the park, we decided to Uber back and forth. The walk took about 15-20 minutes. We are a large family (7) and appreciated that this hotel could accommodate us in one room. We also appreciated the complimentary buffet breakfast. The options were great and it was the perfect way to start the day. Finally, the kids really enjoyed their interactions with Robert.

We had a problem with our tire and the receptionist (Robert Brown) helped us like an entire hour trying to find a number which we could contact to get help. He even searched for different places we could go the next morning to fix it. He was very nice and kind.

Best Western Plus Raffles Inn & Suites Anaheim was such a great experience for me and my family. The staff was amazing, especially our great friend Edward. They were helpful and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided was also amazing and we enjoyed having it as an option. We will definitely be staying here in the future.

Room was clean, staff was helpful and breakfast was great! Paper thin walls and loud outdoor walkways made sleeping impossible! No towel hooks or rods in vanity area and terrible access to working outlets for device charging. The two that worked were so loose an adapter wouldn't stay connected. Not one USB outlet is available. Internet was spotty. Ask for a remodeled room or we wouldn't recommend staying here.

The family suite is huge, perfect for our family of 5. Beds were comfy and they provide a lot of pillows. Service at the front desk was good. They have breakfast, but not a lot of options. Just grab and go stuff mostly. But the price is great for what they provide!

It felt like sleeping on a board. I had to use the couch cushions to actually get some sleep. My kids can sleep anywhere amd they said they were uncomfortable too. We stayed in a suite and it was nice to have the space for our larger party. The breakfast was good and had decent selections.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, quiet, and nicely decorated. I appreciated having the double sinks in the bathroom. The staff was very kind and friendly. The free breakfast was delicious with great variety. The close proximity to the toy story parking lot shuttles made getting to Disneyland a breeze. Will stay again.

Great location to Disneyland. We stayed in a two bedroom suite, it's nice to have the kids have their own space. Breakfast didn't offer much of a variety, but they offered warm food. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean

A conveniently located hotel with great amenities. Shuttle service is within walking distance to Disneyland resort and so easy to use. Fitness center was clean. Some rooms are a bit dated but that didn't bother us at all. Hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating, as we arrived early and were able to park!

Absolutely disgusting hotel. Staff was horrible. Noisy room. Just the worst experience ever. Expedia description of the room was WAY off! The suite has bunk beds. For 6 adults?? WTH??? Not to mention roaches running all over the freaking room. Ugh just horrible, I couldn't wait to leave. Far away from Disneyland, ART bus takes over 30 minutes to come??

Staff violated our privacy, for literally no reason, ruined my sister in laws groceries, limited breakfast options, ants were crawling into the door because there was no weather stripping. Sure it's a cheaper hotel in the area, I guess you get what you pay for

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The beds were very comfortable, very happy that we had 2 bathrooms. Very close to Disneyland. The rooms were prefect for a family of 8. We will definitely be returning.

Near to Disneyland. Room met our family need, 2 adults 2 teenagers and a 1 year old. Crib upon request. Carpet not so clean. Tear in the carpet. Breakfast buffet included that made it very convenient for my family.

This hotel is located a block away from the Toy Story parking lot, which offers free continuous shuttle service to and from the Disneyland Resort. The hotel is near Disneyland park's, you can go walking, also there are some restaurants to eat, is nice the room, clean and comfortable to rest. The breakfast is not complicated but helps to save some money. Is highly recommended to stay here. All the staff of the hotel Is very kind.

We booked for our trip to Disneyland it was a great location about a 20 min walk to park. Staff very friendly and helpful. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast provided every morning with a good variety of options.

Great, affordable stay for families visiting Disneyland. Free breakfast and 7 min walk to Toy Story shuttle which takes you directly to parks. Came back every afternoon for a pool, hot tub break. Staff were friendly and courteous. Quiet at night. We were on first floor so could hear people above us in the morning but... that actually got us up for Disney!

Hotel is clean, breakfast was varied, pool was small but fine for kids - we used it once. The biggest draw is the hotel is right next to the Toy Story parking lot so you can walk right to the busses there and hop on one to the park. One thing we weren't told in advance - the hotel charges $15 a night for parking.

The price was right for the area. The ART stopped right in front of the hotel. The pool & hot tub were awesome. There pool towels were very small & thin but did the job. Ice machine was on 2nd floor. There is an elevator.

Parking fees were not well advertised. Had a dispute that it was shown when I booked on BW.com. Had to dig for the info. Not very open, unexpected charges Hotel is next to Toy Story Parking lot, we walked to the tram stop, went thru security and took bus into parks. It was nice and close.

We had a nice stay at Best Western Raffles. They have a decent breakfast would have been much better if the gravy was thicker. For the room 209 Wi-Fi was bad. ART bus pass run more often, but the OC bus pass is cheaper. Bus 43

I just checked out of the Best Western Plus Raffles Inn & Suites. My honest opinion, stay somewhere else. All of the hotels in this area are comparably priced. They have much better/more updated rooms for the price. The Hilton Doubletree and Hyatt are right next door. I have checked the prices and they are comparable. The Best Western Plus Raffles inn & Suites smells old and musty. It has that old plumbing smell throughout the room, particularly in the bathroom. The bathroom is very small and in desperate need of an update. The tile on the back floor between the floor and wall is deteriorating. I didn't try the breakfast, although a good option, because it was over at 9:30 am. I know the Hyatt's breakfast is over at 11 AM. After a long day at the park, its difficult to wake up that early. All in all, the Best Western Plus Raffles Inn and Suites is decent. I did like that it has some privacy if you book the suite with the separate room, but that was the only plus side. Towels are dry and stiff. The mattresses are hard and so are the pillows. The staff was nice. I wouldn't recommend it.

We stayed here as a family of 5 from the UK for 11 nights, was a little nervous reading some reviews but the hotel far exceeded our expectations. We family room and the bunk beds were in a separate room which gave lots of space (corner room 239 above reception), room was clean and recently refurbished. Positives which are not mentioned that should be are: - Sockets throughout the rooms had additional USB ports, this really helped when charging multiple devices after a day in the park - Towels are provided around the pool - Laundry was $4 per wash or dry (card only) and you could get detergent for $2 (coin only) - Ironing facilities in room - Hair dryer in room - Chilled water, coffee and fruit available in reception - You can see the Disney fireworks from the 3rd floor - Walkable to Disney (but use the Toy Story shuttles in a morning to skip security lines at the park entrance) Overall we loved it here, used the pool on afternoons / evenings after Disney to chill out. Would return without question

This hotel is a bit dates but the rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious and the staff were extremely friendly. Nice little outdoor pool to cool off in the afternoon. 20 minute walking to Disney and close to lots of restaurants and shops.

The room smells really bad, especially near the bathroom. The room was dirty with hair found in the bathroom. We stayed for several days and our room was never cleaned. When I called the front desk to ask why, I was told someone told me cleaning is done only by request, this was news to me. The front desk had pretty poor service and almost argued with me over the cleaning issue. The breakfast area smelled of raw sewage and was dirty. I asked for the manager and was told I will have to wait until tomorrow. I emailed the address for the manager from the business card handed out in the lobby and it bounced back. This business only survives due to the demand from Disneyland and as such does not care about their customers. When I come back, I will happily pay more to stay anywhere but this poorly run establishment.

Went here but would not recommend this. The bathroom was so small you had to stand and close the door to use the toilet. The bathroom smelled so bad like sewer gas that we had to keep the door closed and hold your breath to use it.

Very clean and easy to use hotel. We have 3 kids and it is tough to find a hotel big enough for all of us without renting 2 rooms. The value for this hotel is great , our room was clean and the staff was awesome. We stayed here so our kids could go to Disney. It is outdated but if it were up to date I am sure the price would be triple. If you like to eat healthy skip the breakfast. They do charge $15 for parking a night. It is all families there so lots of kids but super quiet at night.

Our family of 5 (3 adults and 2 children) stayed 6 nights. Everything about this hotel was a positive experience. The front desk team (Edward Jean & Maria) were friendly and helpful and made check-in a breeze. I had trouble with the ART app for the shuttle to Disneyland and they even helped me set that up. Thank you! We did not require daily housekeeping but we did ask for fresh towels quite often and the housekeeping staff was always friendly and happy to oblige. There were maintenance people power washing the parking lot and painting. They clearly take pride in the property. Our suite was nice and clean! The main room had a queen bed and a sofa sleeper while the separate room had a queen bed. Everything worked perfectly. The beds were comfy. We were happy to have both the refrigerator and the microwave. The ART shuttle to Disneyland picked us up near the front of the property and that was so convenient. You can walk to Disneyland - which we did the first day but after that we were happy and thankful for the ART transit system. We ate breakfast M-F and there was always a nice variety of food (sausage, eggs, toast, English muffins, cereals, yogurt, biscuits & gravy, waffles or pancakes, juices, coffee and tea). The breakfast area was clean and there is plenty of seating. They have a nice patio area as well.

We were very happy with this hotel. The breakfast was good with many choices - with main courses that changed each day. The rooms were clean with plenty of space for a family of 4 or 5. Great staff too. The walk to Disneyland is 15 to 20 minutes but buses are available nearby.

We are a family of 6, and in kost cases we need to get 2 rooms. But here we are able to get 1 room that has a separate room for my fiancé and myself, while still keeping an eye on our kids. The staff is unbelievably nice and the food is lways fresh and delicious. The potatoes at breakfast are my favorite, they are always seasoned perfectly. There is a good variety of items to choose from, that satisfy our picky eaters to our autistic son. The rooms are always clean and we always enjoy our stay here.

The breakfast was nice the pool was fun. There is also a gym. The room was clean and bigger than I expected. The staff was also friendly. The hotel is very close by to Disneyland, so you could easily walk there.

If you are doing a Disney trip with children and need rest between park visits, you'll like the kids suites layout! It's unfortunate that the bathroom is off the kids' room, and there's only a desk-- no table. But otherwise this is an awesome layout that even has a lock on the parents' side of the dividing door, if you're worried about keeping little ones in an area you have kid-proofed. If you book soon enough, you'll probably also save some money over the hotels right across from the park. The free breakfast is also great-- definite time and money saver! The people at the front desk were really lovely and helpful! Location is a bit of a downer-- it is better than some that are farther away, and you can walk to the park. But it's far enough that you won't want to walk back at night when it's dark and your feet hurt, and the Disney busses aren't handy if you decide to eat dinner across the street. The hotel is close to the Disney parking lot, so I thought the simple thing would be to jump on the bus. We only did it twice though, because the bus picks up all the way from the back of the parking lot-- so still a lot of walking, and a really long line going in the morning. Also, if you have a stroller, you have to fold it and lug it onto the bus with you-- there's not a designated spot for it. So the Disney bus was not as convenient as I thought from other reviews. All in all, if money and two-room layout are important to you, this is a great choice. But if you want to be able to go back to the room during the day, it's too much of a hassle.

Just stayed here for 4 days , had a great stay. Rooms are a little outdated, but still nice. Front desk was excellent, Eder was very nice and helpful. Also had a handsome face. All in all was a very nice stay and will stay again next year.

The hotel is an older model, rooms were clean, but need deep cleaning and updating. They were renovating rooms while we were there, but thankfully working only during the day so not a bother. Pool was good. Breakfast was a typical buffet with no changes. Overall it works if your just looking for simple and just using it to sleep.

Left something expensive at this hotel. After I left they confirmed they found the left item in my room and would ship it to me if i sent them a prepaid shipping label. Instead they said they shipped it but never did because it only says label created and nothing else. it's been weeks. they insist they shipped it weeks ago but can't tell me why there is no activity on the shipping label and they aren't willing to help at all. Definitely not a trustworthy hotel. Will definitely never stay here again and will tell everyone I know to never stay here.

Staff are very nice and friendly. Unfortunately the rooms are not what the pictures shows, the actual rooms are super outdated. Our room was a suite 2 rooms 2 queen beds, the kids stayed in the private room, husband and i stayed on the other room. Our legs were being eaten alive by some type of bugs on the first night.

Clean rooms with very friendly staff. Great amenities. Easy access to local attractions excellent local transit system. The building was dated but very well maintained and clean. Very good value for money. I would definitely recommend the facility and would definitely stay with my family again. Thank you again for a great stay.

The original listing didn't list the extras that the room comes with. To our surprise the room had two individual restrooms and showers in the family suite. A lot of shops were within walking distance. It was also a nice walk to and from Disneyland. Great customer service! All team members were very kind & helpful.

I stayed at the Best Western Plus Raffles Inn and Suites for three nights for a Disneyland trip. Since we spend all day and night at Disney I don't require much. I prefer a family suite for our teen boys, walking distance, and breakfast included. I fully expect to pay inflated prices when traveling to Disney, however I feel as though I paid entirely too much for our stay. Pros: 1. The staff was incredibly friendly. They greeted us with a smile and had a first aid kit when we were in need of a late night bandaid. Additionally, when I called about other guests smoking (in front of a no-smoking sign) they quickly went to investigate. They were also helpful in shipping a forgotten pillow. 2. The breakfast was fine. It was a standard Best Western free breakfast. I never expect much and as long as there is cereal and waffles my boys are happy. 3. The pool area was clean and empty when we used it on the afternoon of our arrival. I did notice it seemed filled late in the evening with people swimming in clothes but we were not using it so that was fine with us. 4. Location is about a 15-20 minute walk to Disney. It's not a problem in the morning but at the end of a long day it was a bit of a trek. However, we have stayed in this area before and I knew what to expect. If it is a first time trip you may regret walking. Cons: 1. The room was gross. There was stains on the curtains, ceiling, walls, and floor. There was people smoking in the corridors and the smell permeated into the rooms. The beds were fine, but the bathroom was so small. There was also a flimsy door between the main room and kids' room. It barely shut and you could see through the glass and sheer curtain. It did not give the privacy I prefer. 2. The price was very high for the quality of room. I think I'd prefer to spend a little more to stay in a closer and cleaner hotel. Overall, I am not pleased with the quality of hotel. I was uncomfortable in the room and did not feel clean. However, I want to reiterate that the staff was great! If you are looking for a budget hotel this might be the place for you but I feel like I paid twice what the quality of the room was worth. Oh well! We still had an amazing trip to Disney and we were able to finish off our trip at a lovely Embassy Suites. Lesson learned!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was very spacious and was able to comfortably accommodate my family of 5. Their breakfast each morning was delicious and just what we needed to start our day at the parks. Close to the Toy Story lot and was easy to take the free shuttle there or walk. With our kids the walking was a little too much so we did the shuttle. The pool was nice and always clean. The staff was very friendly and always helpful.

This location is amazing! Only a quick 20 minute walk to Disneyland. The staff here is incredibly kind, and this place by far has the best breakfast buffet! Pool is just the right size and rooms are extremely comfy.Will definitely be back!

The staff was top notch and the breakfast was great for a family of 5 before heading to Disneyland. We got an older room but it was good for the 4 nights we were there. I know there were renovated rooms, however, we just happen not to get one.

We always chose this hotel when coming to Disneyland. It's conveniently located, clean, affordable, and the staff is welcoming. I like the separate bedroom which allows multiple people to share a room. Will definitely continue to stay here in the future!

I am surprised this hotel gets good reviews. It's very run down, beds are uncomfortable, linens are cheap and thin, ac unit is extremely loud yet ineffective, even the mini fridge woke us up. I only slept 4 hours the first night. It was so uncomfortable that we checked out and rebooked ourselves at the courtyard Marriott across the street. Maybe my standards are too high… but I expected a “good neighbor” hotel to be better than this. If you're literally just going to sleep here after long days at Disney and you don't mind noise and an uncomfortable mattress then this place might work for you. The employee working at the front desk when we checked in was very nice.

We got a great price on a 1 bedroom suite. The room was spacious, with plenty of storage, mini fridge (no freezer) and microwave. The layout was great for a family traveling with small children, who needed an earlier bedtime than the adults. However, there is very little soundproofing. We could hear people outside our room at all times of the day and night. Highly recommend bringing a sound machine. The pool was heated and hot tub was decently warm. Breakfast was standard fair- eggs, sausage, yogurt, muffins, waffle irons, cereal. We were there for a Disney trip. It was a quick 7 minute walk to the Toy Story Lot security line, or a 15-20 minute walk to the Harbor entrance. Overall, tons of space for the price and easy access to Disney, but I'd probably bring my own breakfast and a sound machine next time.

The room was extremely old and run down. Floors were peeling up. Bathroom door wouldn't shut because it was coming off the hinges. It needs to be updated badly. We knew going here that was a little bit older hotel but we just didn't expect the room to be in that bad of shape. Front desk was very nice and helpful and courteous. They were very friendly there. It was nice having the option for breakfast. Location was great. Short walk to toy story parking lot that took us to Disney every day

Typical Lipstick on a pig renovation. Cheaply done. try and get a room on the third floor as the floor creaking is insanely loud. Staff is amazing. they charge for parking which is the norm for the area.

We had a great stay. Room was a comfortable and large size for our family. Close to the Toy Story Parking Lot. Breakfast was great especially compared to other options (during pandemic). Will definitely have on our list for future trips

Two night stay in a 2- bedroom suite w/ 4 adults and 3 children. Cons: Rooms are really only meant for sleeping as there is no communal area for take-out eating and lounging. Carpeted floors were incredibly dirty (left the children's freshly showered feet grimey and disgusting). Shower ceiling showed previous water damage (maybe mold?) that was attempted to be fixed. Pillows were oddly shapped squares that were incredibly uncomfortable. Room smelled musty and old. Had to go buy an air freshener and leave the windows open while we went to Disneyland. Pros: Value pricing Close to Disneyland Parking Lot and Shuttle Close to restaurants, bar, and Target. EXCELLENT Customer Service.

dont think it qualifies as a suite, room was tiny. Said it holds 6...thats a stretch. Once the sofa couch was pulled out, there wasnt room between it and the bunkbeds to walk, family had to crawl over the sofa bed to use restroom etc. . Breakfast was identically the same every single day and there were bugs in the restroom.

For the price we paid, I hoped for much more. The layout of the kids suite is awful. The bathroom is in the kids/bunk bed portion, and is impossible to use the toilet/sink/shower without waking up kids. Not ideal for a family! The extra space is nice. Breakfast is bland and simply put something in our tummies to start the day. The breakfast staff was quick to replace items and help where needed. The pool is not heated, to the sad dismay of my excited children. We ended up in an outdated room, where you can tell it has been cleaned, but still very worn and dirty. There was a serious lack of outlets, and the ones that were there were in very inconvenient places. (Some rooms are remodeled, I can't speak to the quality of those). The rooms are not soundproof, and we were woken up several times by loud neighbors. Carpet was filthy. We spilled some water and used a white towel to clean it up, and it was brown when we lifted it off the floor. The best aspects of this property are the friendly and kind staff, the location, the beds were comfortable, and parking didn't seem to be an issue. (That could be because there were at least 15 rooms “closed” for remodeling). We did ask the staff for a few things during our stay, including housekeeping, hot chocolate, towels, etc, and the staff was very quick and accommodating. They were great. But in the end, I found myself wishing I would have forked up the extra money to stay next door at the Homewood Suites. However, we still managed to enjoy our Disney trip and I was grateful for a place to sleep and kind staff who seemed to be doing their best despite hard times.

Best price so you can save money for treats at Disneyland! Great service. Room was clean and updated. Breakfast is pretty darn good. They have the same items everyday but at least it is free and gets you going for the day. It is a little far to walk to Disneyland. But we either walked to the Toy Story parking lot and took the shuttle or called for a lyft. Both options very convenient and easy. We have stayed at this property several times. We will continue to stay. Beds are comfortable. Pretty quiet hotel. We really did enjoy our stay!

The check in/out process was fast and smooth. No lines at breakfast, there was a lot fresh made food, enough for everybody, coffees in cups to go, fruit, etc. The rooms and bathroom are small, but with enough beds for everybody, they even provided a crib at no cost. The heater/AC works pretty good. We had 2 units in our 2 bedroom suite, so you can even have the bedrooms' at different temperatures.. We did about 20 minutes walking (with a double stroller) to Disney ticket entrance, very easy walk in the morning. We did took an uber at the end of the day, it was only about $9 The rooms are not fancy, it definitely needs an upgrade, but for the price, its worth it. Very nice staff, no complains.

Ver comfortable and cleanly room. Staff were excellent. The room was very spacious. Very close to Disneyland and shopping as well as dining. I would definitely recommend this Hotel and will be returning very soon.

My family and I stayed December 4th through the 8th 2021. Is the room was clean and fairly spacious as there were 6 of us 5 adults 1 preteen. You have to call down daily to have your room made up due to covid restrictions unfortunately they is the they did miss our room one day. They offered a free hot breakfast starting at 6:30 AM we were only able to make this once as we were going to the parks at that time the rest of the time. The staff was friendly and efficient, when we arrived the refrigerator in our room was not operating I called the front dis all the front desk and they had someone there within 5 minutes, while he was there he noticed we were missing a remote and brought us a new one. All in all A good motel at a reasonable price close to Disneyland. Would stay again and recommend to others.

We just spent 6 nights at this great hotel. We have a large family and it's hard to find an affordable hotel near the parks that sleeps 8. Before we even got there Shawn was a huge help moving our reservation a day and making sure we got the same rate we originally booked at.The family suite was perfect for us. It was clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. The 2 bathrooms were a huge help trying to get 6 kids ready for bed. The breakfast room had plenty of seating and there was always plenty of food and variety. I loved that they switched the breakfast out daily so it wasn't always the same. The proximity to Disney parking made getting to the park super easy. I think we have found our go to hotel when we visit.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and love it. This time I stayed with my whole family(total of 8). Loved the space in the rooms, breakfast was a complete. And able to walk to disney parks. Will be coming back

No security we had a random guy come in property knocking on every door and windows, yelling going up and down ladders crazy, no police. Room floors were very dirty walking bare foot would live your feet black.

Very nice clean breakfast was great and there's an art bus stop right in front great location would definitely use again. Breakfast was nice they had several different options We traveled with a family of six the room was a great option two bathrooms two queen beds bunk beds and a pull out couch we fit very nicely

Excellent location and price. Second time this year the family books this hotel. The parking is good. Breakfast was a great morning starter. Staff from the front desk to the breakfast area were great.

I confirmed there would be shuttle service to Disney as I am disabled. Never was I told it is the OC public transportation. Waited for the ART bus at the bus stop while some guy slept on the bench. Out of 4 rides, 2 were an hr or more late & 1 quit operating, forcing me to walk 1 mile at midnight with a baby. Hotel and staff were great! Clean rooms, excellent customer service. Just wish they were forthcoming about the shuttle. That was a deciding factor for me & would have been helpful to know it wasn't a door to gate van service.

We have stayed at this property before, but this experience was far from meeting BW standards. Upon check-in we should've been told the property was under construction. We were never notified. I get it's a tough time to get staff but we were told upon check-in if we needed housekeeping to call the front desk before 0830 and we could get service. I called front desk informed me that they were short staffed and I could at least get trash emptied and new towels. Neither of those things occurred. I went down and got my own towels and trash liners. I had to leave towels and trash outside my room. If this was the intended Protocol guest need to be notified. I would've like to have had my room cleaned at least once during a 5 night stay. The breakfast is very limited get there at 0630 if you want a banana. Not sure that I will stay here again. Plus they have wifi ac/heat nice pillows. Be sure to let the shower run for a bit because it takes forever to warm up.

This best western was great. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were extremely clean. The breakfast had a large variety to choose from. The hot tub and pool were great. Disneyland is in walking distance and there is also a bus stop right in front of you use the ART shuttle system.

Upon arrival i smelt a bad musky smell and I found 5 flies in bathroom area so I killed them thinking no big deal. We left the room for a couple of hours and came back to find over 30 flies all over the room. I called front desk to complain and they sent a maintenance person to come check it out, he came with a bottle of raid which I told him don't spray since I have kids in the room with me. Front desk was able to move me in to another room which was way better but I had to move all our luggage's and items in the middle of the night. I would not stay again at this hotel or recommend. I am very upset and disappointed with this hotel.

The hotel was very close to Disneyland like a 20 minute walk . But a shuttle picks you up right in front of hotel . The hotel was nice beds were comfortable . The breakfast was very good just wish they had bacon and potatoes and maybe a sugar free yogurt. But it was good waffles eggs sausage different breads and cereal and coffee juices it was good .. the pool is heated which the kids loved . The staff was very helpful and nice . The manager was awesome very nice . Definitely will stay here again

My husband and I had 4 kids with us. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and had plenty of room. The kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was fantastic as well and with the hours open they could straggle in when they woke up instead of rushing to get something.

We enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. The breakfast was great with a lot of options. We stayed in a newly renovated suite (two queen & bunk beds). It was so nice and super spacious. We loved the two bathrooms as well. The staff were so sweet and helpful with every request we had and offered plenty of advice for success at the park. It was a nice, quiet hotel. The walk to Disneyland was a little further than we wanted with toddlers, but other than that it was amazing.

Bathroom had no fan and was tiny. It was also very dirty and their were bugs! Beds were not comfortable and continental breakfast was not available, instead we received a bag of frozen burritos and a box of orange juice. Best part of this was the orange juice tasted good. Staff was accommodating and refunded our money so we could move motels.

Our stay was nice. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very clean just a little outdated. But worth the price. Nice location to Disney and lots of places to eat within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again worth the family.

A whole bunch of the hotel was under renovation. Reading the previous reviews, their breakfast room was still under renovation. Seems the hotel has no interest in bringing it back. Rooms were nice, elevator needed some work… very run down. Very limited parking so you better pray you get a spot. FYI: bring your own pillow. The pillows at the hotel are subpar at best

There was enough towels for all 7 of us. Two bathrooms in our room was monumental, it saved so much time. The room was overly spacious and comfortable. Looking forward to our next stay! The hotel manager Shawn was great, she understands Customer Service.

I decided to rent a room with a pool for my granddaughters birthday. She loves to swim however nobody slept the first night because the noise was so bad from upstairs occupants which lasted late and started again very early. We did complain that nigh6 and next morning. The floors and rugs were filthy and there was nobody to clean them. I purchased a mop and cleaned myself. We didn't even sleep there 2nd night because we needed sleep, we went home early.

Overall: I would stay here again, but I would look for other places first and have this as a good stand by option. Other info: There is a $15 per day parking fee that was not listed. This was fine but should be listed. They have 1 ice machine which is on the second floor for A LOT of rooms. The ice machine gets empty really fast. Close to everything but requires a bit of walking. Many stores just down the block (long block). Close to Disneyland but just far enough to not like it after a tiring day. It's about a 20 minute walk. Did not have the hot breakfast back yet. It was a togo back with water, fruit, chewy bar and a bottle water. Pros: I primarily choose this option due to the bed spacing. We were trying to fit 5 people and my kids were old enough to want their own beds now. It was a queen, a twin bunk and a fold-out couch. Most of the other places either didn't have anything like this or were in a much higher price range. The room layout is good if you want to separate the kids from the parents. The front-room has the queen bed, fridge, etc. There is a door that can be closed between the front room and the back room. The back room had the bathroom and the "kids" area. They also had their own TV and AC unit also and a small table. Once you unfold the sleeper couch there is limited room to walk around though. This does not block the bathroom area. The shower had plenty of pressure and is good for tall people (yah!) Cons: The overall room needs some updating. The floors were fake wood linoleum which was great, but was peeling back through out the room due to probably just general use and water damage. The floor itself, dresser drawer, and table tops had that sticky tacky feeling. The security lock was broken when we checked in, but they replaced it after I called it in. The back room area also had a slight smell, but my kids didn't seem to mind and I wish there was a way to open a secure window to get fresh air in. Cleaning could have been better as there were bits of stuff of leftover from prior clients and a bunch of cobwebs. Bathroom light switch is on the outside which is the oddest thing. You have to switch it on before going inside the bathroom. So we kept accidently turning it on/off even though somebody was inside.

Floor was very dirty and there was duct tape in the shower. Part of the shower curtain was cut off with scissors. There was no soap dish in the shower or towel bars near the sinks. Towels did not smell fresh. Decor was dark and outdated. Very disappointing for a Best Western.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone with family looking for a safe spacious room at a reasonable price. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again in my next visit.

We needed a hotel room to be able to house my family with having a bit of privacy without having to spend a lot. Once we found this hotel for the price and with the amenities we wanted we booked! I couldn't have asked for a better room. Each area was very spacious and we were able to relax. My favorite was the shower head since I am very tall, can't get that everywhere.

Everything is acceptable except the parking fee. The kid's room in family suite needs more lighting, the sofa bed is too soft. Very good location We would probably return here for our next trips or recommend to others if BW won't charge for the parking

Convenient location, close to Disney. Free upgraded room. The room was not cleaned very well with sticky counters, and dusty ledges. Slow draining tub and sink, dated decor. Friendly staff. Missing linens. If you're ok to ask for these things to be fixed, would be fine. But my family just dealt with it, it was only one night.

We book the room because it had bunk beds for our 2 boys in a separate room with a door between our room. Can't bear it for the price I paid. Definitely will book again for our next trip to Disneyland

The hotel was clean and roomy. The young man who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. He made our experience start off very happy and was a welcome addition to our stay. I wish I knew his name to give him proper credit!

Needed to get away so found this place and upon arrival the manager checked us in and he was awesome great place to stay and great customer service very clean rooms property just an overall place to be

We arrived a little early and were able to check in, front desk staff were friendly and efficient, however we were given room keys written On our keys was the wrong room number so they didn't work, got the correct room number, entered room it was very dark, lamp shades were dingy and out dated, room smelled of mildew, although clean, we booked a kids room with a queen bed and bunk beds. The bed was not a queen but a double and the bunk bed ladder was wobbly. Once entered the room and closed door behind us, we forgot something in the car and when exiting the room the door handle came off and we noticed the latched lock was broken. I immediately went to the front desk and they gave us a different room. This room was much better, although same lamp shades and the bed was a king. During the night if anyone in the room above us flushed their toilet it would be so loud and sounded like construction was happening right in the room. Parking was $15 a night which seemed ridiculous considering we paid for the room, and parking is not limited, nor is Disneyland open. We are gold members and frequent best westerns in different cities often. This one we will not return too. Staff very friendly but everything else for a best western just didn't seem on the higher level we've experienced before

The manager there is absolutely an exceptional person he goes above and beyond to make you feel as if you're welcomed there. The rest of his staff are also extremely nice people. It's very quiet there very clean.

The hotel and room were clean, room was spacious, quiet, everything worked, good location (right across the street from Disney), employees were great! Grab and go breakfast was a little funky but blame that on Rona. Great experience!

Some of the family members hadn't been at Disney so we decided to go for two days, we chose stay at best western plus raffles in & suites, because it's 2 blocks away from Disney and staying at this place was awesome.

We booked a 2 room suite for our family of 6 everyone loved their time here. We came back to our room having been cleaned and tidied to a high standard. She even took the time to playfully place our children stuffed animals around their bunk bed and our kids loved it! Location was just a little too far from Disneyland for our younger kids to walk but we bought our bus tickets from the front office and there is a bus stop just outside their location. It takes about 5 minutes to get to Disneyland and about 10 minutes to get back Front desk was polite and helpful. Breakfast had good options and was free. My kids loved that they had a large TV in one part of the breakfast area playing Disney Jr. Shows. Kids had a good time. Would definitely stay again!

Great location even walking distance to Disney They have a heated pool so bring your swim suit!! AND hot breakfast included.. the room was clean and big. We had a fridge and microwave... the place was quiet and a great value for the price

Bunk beds were great for older kids who don't want to share a bed. Breakfast was really good, lots of options and plenty of food. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Pool was a great place to relax between trips to Disneyland. Staff was so accommodating!

1 mile from the parks and downtown Disney. Excellent breakfast choices for even a picky 6 year old. Pool was clean and HEATED.... my daughter's favorite amenity! Service was excellent!! Definitely recommend staying here!

Since we knew all we would be doing was sleeping and grabbing breakfast before being gone from 7am to 11pm, this was a great hotel. We parked for $15 and walked the 5 mins to the Disney parking lot where we grabbed the free shuttle to the front gates. This was very convenient as they ran all the time between 6am and midnight. Breakfast was very good although always busy and extremely tight. Weekends full of kids. Parking was difficult at times. They don't seem to restrict numbers to what space they have so we were frequently doubleparked or in spaces that didn't exist. We found the room sticky on doors, on top of furniture. Otherwise, friendly staff, comfortable beds. Loved that the double sinks were sep from shower and toilet. Meant no one had to wait.

We were happy overall with this hotel, though it was further to Disneyland that we would have liked (About a 25 minute walk - Next time we will book closer to the park.) It is on the ART shuttle so it was super convenient to hop on the bus, though the bus wasn't always there every 20 minutes as advertised. Our room was dated but another room we saw had been nicely updated. The staff are very friendly and overall we had a great experience.

Enjoyed our stay here in the larger suite room with my family. Staff is super friendly and very accommodating. The walk to Disneyland is about a mile but we had children as young as 3 that walked it every day with little complaint and no troubles. Breakfast is a nice full breakfast with some variety. My kids really enjoyed breakfast, I got a little bored with it after a few days as nothing really changes, but they do have some great options for a "free" breakfast. Room was clean with fridge and microwave making other quick meals easy. No troubles during our 9 night stay here.

Great stay for 8 nights. So close for Disney parks. Walk to the Toy Story parking lot and get the shuttle bus to the gates for free. Breakfast room could get crowded, there seemed to be cheerleading groups in there most morning running amok. The breakfast choices were good though, my kids loved the waffle maker. Slept so well. Room was good and very quiet on 3rd floor. Air con was great. Not sure what the valet parker does as you self park. He always had his head down in his phone.

Nice hotel for us visiting Disney. Bus stop right outside which collects you for Disney and takes you straight into the park. Very convenient. Three of us (husband, 9 year old and myself) slept well but that might have been down to the fact that we were so tired about being at Disney. Room was clean and modern. No USB which was a shame as essential almost for us travellers. Coffee machine, microwave, fridge and chest of drawers, TV, hairdryer and good shower. Room was small but adequate for our needs and we hardly spent any time in it as we were too busy at Disney. There are shops and restaurants just outside the hotel so plenty to do. Breakfast was one of the best for the hotels we had stayed in. Lots of variety and the staff did well to keep the place tidy and clean. Got very busy early morning and seats were limited which was the only negative but we got into the breakfast room before 8am and so beat the rush. Lots of plastic plates and cups though which is shocking - so much plastic wastage which isn't very environmentally friendly. Would definitely stay here again if we visited Disney. Nothing to complain about in terms of our stay.

The space was nice for larger families but it needs a lot of updating on the interiors. Beds were comfortable but the pull out sofa beds were not for adults at least. The kids slept fine. Service was good.

I'm a fan of Best Westerns so I thought this visit I'd give Raffles a try. Nice staff, clean room, comfy bed and a decent breakfast with hot and cold options. My only grievances were that there was no safe and periodically my fridge made a sound like a DVD player trying to load an incompatible disk. It was also about a block further from the park as I would have liked. The morning stroll was a fine 17 min walk but at the end of the day... not so much. I discovered you can take the Toy Story bus to the lot but you still have to walk across the lot. It saved a bit of walking but added another 5 min overall. If you have either the stamina or the time to take the ART Transit, this is a perfectly fine hotel. And the price was reasonable.

My family stayed in a corner room, and the room was very big. The breakfast was great, with a good variety of things that my kids loved. You have to pay for parking, but this is common with all hotels in this area. The kids also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

This hotel met and exceeded my expectations. It was considerably less than other suite (two bedroom) options I looked into but it did not lack in any areas. The room was clean and smelled good. The breakfast was perfectly good and conventiently located. There were many options so I did not have to eat the same thing for three mornings. Everything around the hotel was easy to get to by foot. No complaints at all.

The building is older which means you'll hear every noise someone makes, car doors shutting, people walking by or above your room, people talking next door to your room, cleaning staff knocking on doors, the list goes on. Beds are also small and the pillows are 4 squares, they looked for like decorative ones than bed. We arrived before our check-in which was fine because the front desk allowed us to leave our bags and said they'd be in our rooms once we came back. We arrived back tot he hotel around 1am and when going to the front desk there wasn't anyone there. About a minute later a gentleman came running in and scrambled to take his sweatshirt off. He gave us our room key and when getting to the room the bags were not there. I called the front desk twice and got no answer. When walking back to the front desk there wasn't anyone there again and when popping back outside the same gentlemen came running back (he was hanging out with a group of people, I am not sure if they were friends or guests of the hotel). After letting him know our bags were not in our room he stood there looking at me blankly then when asking what we need to do to get them he let me know his manager may have placed them in a room. When walking up to the room he saw them but said the door was locked and that he didn't know where the key was. I asked what needs to be done in order to get our bags and he responded saying he could try looking for them but that his manager probably has them. I then had to ASK HIM to try and find the keys, he looked at me and shrugged his shoulders saying his manager would give us a discount since there isn't a key. After some back and forth he went to the back and searched for the keys. He came back with a set and thankfully the door key was on there. We grabbed our bags and went back to our room. At around 8am we had someone banging on our door and when opening it the lady standing there realized she had made a mistake with the rooms and apologized (she was wearing a staff uniform). About an hour later the cleaning staff was knocking on our door.. we placed the do not disturb sign out and check out was at 11am. At this point we all got up and packed up to leave. Upon check out no one asked about our visit and when trying to talk about the previous evening I was told to leave a review and someone would get back to me. There are tons of better options around the area and I would strongly suggest booking with one of them and not this option.

We stayed at this hotel on a recent trip to Anaheim mainly as it's close to Disneyland We had issues when we booked (using Agoda) as we paid for a 2 bedroom but got assigned a family room which wasn't appropriate, however as this was Agoda fault the hotel would not allow us to swap rooms, even though we PAID for the 2 bedroom. I found this very rude, we didn't ask to cancel (no cancellations allowed). We followed up the coating with Agoda. Apart from that ......... The location is perfect, you can walk the few blocks to the parks or get a bus that was around $6 each per day and you could come and go as much as you like. The hotel itself is hit and miss, some things were nice, other things were bad The rooms were fine, nothing too fancy - we initially were in a family/kids room downstairs directly behind reception however this was extremely noisey so we asked to be moved the next day, the staff were very accommodating and made sure we were moved that day to the top floor where it was meant to be quieter. Unfortunately it wasn't, it's just a noisy hotel no matter what. It's not the staff fault. It's bad parenting allowing your kids to run up and down the corridor no matter what time of day/night and yelling across the hotel to people on the other side We were upgraded to the newly renovated rooms apparently, they were okay but the shower head needs replacing as it's sprays at the wall, so you have to be almost against the wall to shower. But beds comfy, I brought my own pillows at target as the ones provided were too uncomfortable. The parking is onsite, can sometimes be busy but the valet guy will sort you a spot if you can't get one. They were great, we were lucky to get a week free due to staying for extended period of time. The staff were really nice, but promised we could do late checkout (3pm) at no charge as our flight was late. Only to change their mind the day before and were going to charge us to stay. So we had to leave early and waste time around L.A. with all our luggage which was very inconvenient There was a laundry to do your washing but it was very expensive compared to other laudromats we had used while in the US, there is one just around the corner Breakfast was complimentary, however we only went the once, it's very basic. But enough to have something to eat There is a pool which was heated so good for those cold months Overall it was a nice enough stay but I would look around next time for the price and get somewhere a little more quite as we didn't have kids so wasn't good for us

This hotel really needs an upgrade. It is okay offers a mediocre breakfast that suffices but is not very tasty. Really close to Disney Land and Convention Center. Staff are friendly, room is clean but does have stains on the rug and bed spread. For the money, not sure that there are maybe better options.

Clean rooms, large breakfast area, awesome pool and hottub. Everyone was friendly and the housekeeping staff were sweet and I felt went the extra mile. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Great value.

I got an awesome deal staying here in a two room suite that sleeps 6. This was perfect for my family of 5. The first room was for the parents and the second for the kids with a door to separate. Each room had AC and TV. This location has free breakfast and WiFi. I was not there to visit Disneyland like everyone else, but Disneyland was walking distance at a block and half away. This location is almost directly across the main entrance for the Anaheim Convention Center, definitely walking distance as well as several restaurants. Overall this place is really affordable for families. the only downside I had was the mattress for the Queen bed my Wife and I slept on, it dipped in the middle so it made for a uncomfortable sleep. the kids all said their beds were fine though.

Great stay. A little dated but clean and excellent value. Suite with two rooms was almost half price of room with two queens closer to the park. Bus pass was excellent with great service and bus stop was right in front of hotel.

breakfast was good and plentiful - rooms were large and clean - two bathrooms was a godsend - only critique is I wish it were closer to Disney because the shuttle was a pain. Front office was especially kind and considerate. The hot tub was HOT

This is a good hotel option if you're doing Disneyland on a budget - especially with multiple kids. We had three kids, two adults and the room with the separate bedroom with bunk beds worked perfectly. Included breakfast was good with plenty of options: Baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, waffles, fruit, yoghurt, granola, juices etc. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free shuttle bus one block down inside the large Toy Story parking lot. Average pool but it's open late which is nice for a quick cool off swim after a long day at Disneyland. Basic gym but can manage a quick workout in it. Not located super close to Disneyland but easily accessible with the shuttle from Toy Story Lot. We booked this hotel for the whole week and then splurged on two nights at the Disneyland hotels to get extra early morning hours.

We like to stay here because it is close to Disneyland but away from the crowds across the street from Disneyland. The price is good and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are a nice size and clean,

We weren't informed of parking costs and there wasn't any other option to park our car, the beds were so uncomfortable as were the pillows the noise was terrible. They put a smoking spot right next to the kids suites so we smelled smoke all night there was people smoking weed constantly and would come through the air conditioner it was absolutely terrible and we will not be back the price for 3 night was almost $1,000.00. I looked for another hotel but there wasn't any able to accommodate my family of 6. We travel alot and we wanted this to be a magical family trip to Disneyland and are so disappointed.

This hotel had the thinnest walls I have ever experienced in a hotel. We could hear the people above us, next to us, and everyone walking in front of our room. I didn't sleep at all! If the baby nextdoor wasn't crying, someone was stomping upstairs, or at 5am suitcases were rolling past the window and children were hollering at each other. Additionally, I booked a "2 bedroom suite" but upon entering the room I notice there is a bed as soon as I open the door. I'm thinking I am getting 2 full bedrooms. No! We got one bed in the common area, and one "bedroom" with the bathroom inside. My experience did not meet my expectations. I was extremely disappointed. The room was old, the bunk beds were sticky on the rails. I will not be booking at this hotel anytime in he future.

Staff excellent!! Breakfast was great also, but coffee cups too small Parking is monitored by security which was very comforting to family. Short distance from Disneyland I will definitely stay here again.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels in my life but i can't remember one with such friendly and attentive staff as here. The hotel is starting to show it's age but the excellent performance of the staff makes up for the rough edges. The hotel is very clean. It offers several different room configurations which makes traveling with children much easier. We totalled ten and having bunk beds for the kids and a separate room for the adults was good. Some have mentioned the noise from carts on the walk way outside the rooms and it is loud but the staff doesn't run carts after dark, the noise is from other guests. The breakfast area is a little cramped for this large of a facility, but the staff keeps it stocked, and very clean, the ladies working it were always smiling and greeted guests with a good morning. We spent 6 nights at the hotel visiting Disney and other attractions. There is a bus stop convenient to the hotel that takes you right to the gate of Disneyland, the front desk sells passes for the bus. The only dissatisfaction i have is that they charge $15.00 a night for parking, and the laundry soap they sell is almost impossible to open!

We had the family suite which is a 2 queen bedded room with bathroom the 2 basin sink was located outside of the toilet and tub area which is so nice. The second room separated by a shuttered door was not completely noise proof has a pull out sofa bed with bunk beds another exact type bathroom. Having two bathrooms was just wonderful. Each room has a TV the main bedroom has a small fridge and microwave. Breakfast is served daily from 6:30am to 9:30am has everything you need to get started, The gal that worked in the breakfast room was very friendly kept the area clean and always greeted us with a Good Morning and a smile wish I got her name. We took the Toy Story bus to and from the parks daily the buses moved quickly even when the lines were long it was very efficient. The last day we walked to the park about a mile. The motel has a pool and jacuzzi we did not partake it was to cold but we did see people using it we said they must be from Alaska it was 48 degrees out. It also has a fitness room which we did not use either. Parking is 15.00 a day plus tax there is a valet person but he does not park the car he is just there to make sure your car is registered to park there he was there at all hours, parking was very limited too. I did laundry it has two washers and two dryers located on the 2nd floor by the elevator (one elevator for the property) it was $3.00 a load. Overall I would recommend for a family on a budget that want extra space and close to Disneyland.

This hotel has hot breakfast offering and family suites with bunk beds which is great for kids. It's a 20-25 minute walk to the park or 5-10 minutes to the Toy Story parking lot where you can catch a free shuttle into the park.

Nice location, heated pool, hot tub, very friendly staff. Breakfast was good,however if your staying more than 2 days the hotel does not change the variety of the breakfast and it gets old eating the same thing.

For our family this hotel is excellent. This is our second time we stay at this hotel and we are very satisfied. The guy in the front watching out for your safety to the ladies cleaning your room! Profesional working people! Thank you to all the staff.

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!! Pillows were shockingly hard!!!! Beds were like a piece of timber, rather than a bed. IT WAS SO BAD I LEFT AFTER 1 NIGHT, EVEN THOUGH I HAD PAID FOR 1. Staff didn't care at all!!!!!!

Hotel is within walking distance of Disneyland. While it is a bit older the property and room were very clean. The staff from the front desk to the breakfast staff were terrific and happy to help in anyway. The pool is small but again well maintained. One drawback was that sound from other rooms came through into our room. Certainly a place I would go back to

People were friendly, however, didn't get the room that my parents booked, they paid for 4 nights, we will only be staying here one night and will be leaving to another hotel in the morning. the bunk beds (which we shouldn't have had) are like sleeping on a plank of wood, so I had to sleep on the fold out couch (mind you, fold out couches shouldn't be more comfortable than an actual bed), it isn't very comfortable either though. The bathroom is tiny, the rooms are tiny. You can hear everything outside: People in the walkway, traffic, etc. I found another hotel, which is cheaper than this one and is much nicer, rooms are nicer, hotel is nicer, everything is nicer and my parents will pay much less. Please save your money and stay elsewhere.

Perfect for the price and exceptionally caring staff. Please note that there can be noise in the hallways which are on the exterior. Also beware that Google Maps directs you to an address around the corner. The fitness center could use better ventilation. There was ZERO option to open the windows. I made do by propping the outside door open with a big physio ball.

Hotel location is close to Disneyland. Staff is very efficient and Breakfast has good selection we loved it. We are more likely to come back to Disney and will use your services again. Thank you hotel team !!!! Keep up the good work !!

Pros: Great place to stay. We were in a family suite... everyone had a bed to sleep in (6 people total) Rooms were always clean and tidy. Maids did a great job taking care of our stuffed animals and dolls :) Kitchen staff did an amazing job. Hot breakfast that tasted great. Short walk to Toy Story Parking lot for Disneyland shuttle. Heated pool!! Friendly staff. Cons: Rooms showed some wear and tear (but they were clean so it didn't bother me). Beds and pillows were a little hard and uncomfortable - but not a big deal. The pro's definitely outweigh the cons.

The staff are very courteous and go above and beyond to make your stay the most comfortable. I do wish the breakfast had a little variation considering we were there for 7 days but it was good, hot and plentiful. I have stayed here twice and will definitely stay again for our next Disneyland stay.

Other than a desperate need of a remodel the stay was pleasant. The price was standard for Disney area however the rooms are extremely out of date and have holes in the floor under the carpet and electrical issues.

Hotel was clean, easy check-in and very friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to shuttle to get to the park, breakfast was included as well. Perfect stay for what we needed would recommend to anyone looking for someplace to stay near Disneyland.

Travelled with my young son to Disneyland. The hotel is close but I still took the shuttle bus which was cheap and only about 40 metres from the property. All staff were very helpful. Rooms, breakfast and pool were very clean.

We've stayed here 2 years in a row for BlizzCon at the Anaheim Convention centre. The location is excellent, staff always helpful and friendly, breakfast is good if a limited buffet, rooms are clean and in the process of being refurbished. If you get a new room, you'll pleased, the old ones are lookit being v.tired. But still an excellent stay.

away from disney so it wasnt crowded on streets parking was a problem at night if you want a bed and a shower this is the place to stay nothing that bad at all breakfast was just ok nothing over the top just to get by to get you thru the morrning

Our family of 6 booked a family room over 5 months prior but upon arrival were told room unavailable (We noticed next day it had over 8 guests in it) and were given two separate standard rooms (2 beds in each). As expected the 2 youngest fought all night in same bed but reception said they could not help, not even a single bed mattress to put on floor, and suggested several pillows....hmmm, no thanks. Anyway all other was very good especially the free breakfast. Rooms very clean and staff nice, great locale 20min walk to Disneyland or $2 Art shuttle bus out front.

I stayed here for 2-nights while visiting a trade show at the Anaheim Convention Center. I was so disappointed in how dirty and run down the room was, even through I was told that I had been 'upgraded' to a kids suite. The carpets were stained, bathroom filthy and bed had one sheet and a thin blanket with an air conditioner that wouldn't turn off and fridge that buzzed all night long.i was on the second floor and could hear every step from the room above me. Its definitely not worth $400 + a night, and I will never stay here again.

Our family of five loved all the comfy beds. We loved the location to Disneyland and the breakfast options. The checkout was super fast and the gal at the counter when checking in was super nice and friendly. They offered us snacks and water upon arrival. We arrived too early to check into our room but they assigned us a parking pass and we were able to leave the car in the parking lot and head to the park. Great stay!

This hotel was great. Michael at the front desk was awesome. The room was perfect for our family of 5. I wish it would have been closer to the park, but the distance to the Toy Story Lot was not too bad.

It was an overall great experience at this hotel. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious. The parking and breakfast are free so it saves you some money. The ladies from the breakfast areas are very hard workers and maintained the breakfast area well stalked. We had a junior suite large queen size bed and two bunk beds, and a sofa bed. The sofa bed and the bunk beds were a little hard to sleep on. So my suggestion would be for them to update those beds. It is a mile away from the entrance to the parks so be prepared to walk before and after your time at the park. Overall I would stay again as everything was ready for me when I got there.

I loved this place and booked it for our trip to Disneyland. I loved that their breakfast had a lot of choices for my picky eaters. We didnt have to go and spend extra money on breakfast atleast. The staff was awesome and very helpful. Their beds were a little hard for me since i have back problems.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Good place to stay. Waling distance to the Disney resort. The housekeeping crew and the breakfast crew are excellent. Quick to answer aquestions and to be of service. Will probably stay again.

The two-room hotel room with bunk beds worked great for our family! It was close enough to walk or catch the free Disney shuttle from the Toy Story lot. (Note that the time it takes to walk was the same as taking the bus, just less walking.)

I didnt expect anything spectacular from best western. It far exceeded my expectations. Rooms were clean. Checkin and check out fast and easy. Breakfast was normal breakfast selections you would expect: cereal, yogurt,waffles frozen sausage and potatoes...pastries. It was enough to get my family of 6 to lunch. The best part for me was the location close to toy story lot that allowed us a free and east ride to disney

We initially had a hiccup checking in. I had initially booked via Booking.com but when I found a lower price thru Agoda I cancelled Booking.com. However, when we got to the hotel reception told us we had instead cancelled Agoda and kept Booking. That was not true. We had both confirmation of cancellation thru Booking and confirmation of subsequent booking thru Agoda. The issue was that the hotel was going to give us a smaller room than what we had expected thru Agoda. Long and short they did not have a confirmation thru Agoda even though we did and we brought along the confirmation. In the end, Marie, the lady in charge at the time finally conceded we were at their mercy. Afterall, we have no control over communication between the hotel and Agoda. When we get a confirmation from Agoda we expect the hotel to honor it. We had no reason to believe the confirmation was a dud. Therefore, Marie gave us the bigger room (with 2 bathrooms and extra bedroom) at no extra charge. This was such a relief because there were 5 of us and the extra room made things so much more comfortable. I give Marie great credit for giving us the benefit of the doubt. Otherwise check in and check out was a breeze. A great advantage of hotel location was its proximity to Toystory Park and Ride shuttles. The intended patrons were the paying park and ride customers. However, they turned no one away so we walked a block and a half and got on the shuttle each day to and from Disneyland. In summary, a great stay

We have stayed at this hotel twice in the last 6 months. The decor is dated but the rooms are exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The free breakfast offers a wide variety of hot and cold food choices. Excellent location if you are visiting Disneyland. Hotel is right on the ART shuttle bus route. Hotel sells the shuttle bus passes.

Went to Disneyland all day. Called around 7pm for 1am check in. Valet parking during day but we just parked in disability spot for night. Checkin was easy. Got points vice present for Diamond. Too late to enjoy goodies. If hungry before hand at 130am their is Denny's and Carl's Jr drivethru that are very close. You can see them at intersection of hotel. Got to room on third floor and air conditioning cooled room off quick. Their is elevators for the electric scooter and others. Ice next to elevators and you can fill your hydro thermoses. If you use fan next to vent it works better. Shower drained well and toilet is power flush. Shower head worked well. Bed was okay for the price. It has out door pool that kids enjoyed. Microwave and mini refrigerator in room. Check out was 11 o'clock. Missed breakfast because we were too tired and slept in. Disney toy story parking is next door to hotel. We liked it better than parking garage because if electric scooter. Did not wait long at all for pick up. Basically walked on bus after ram lowered for scooter. Price was great compared to other best westerns in area. Stayed at others but this one great for over night sleep time.

I'm not one to complain (ha!) but my hotel stay in Anaheim wasn't AWFUL but... ... for some reason I was put in a room beside the laundry on one side, a room where the cleaners fold stuff on the other and the elevator and ice machine directly across. Why is this a room you'd put people in? The bed was lovely. Perfect to eat a full pizza in. But it's a cube with banging and noise engulfing it. I bought ear plugs after getting woken up at 5:30am to a very loud hilarious story in Spanish happened directly outside my door, which helped but... God damn. I was going to try to get my room switched last night but I was too tired. I'm not picky when it comes to hotels, the when the only purpose for then is to sleep and you can't? Anyway, if you stay at a Best Western in Anaheim, don't stay in room 120.

They charge for everything. Including parking at the hotel you just paid to stay at. So you are nickel and dimed for everything. There is breakfast, which isn't too bad, and has plenty of options. Some staff were great, others not so much. And they were not very helpful with reservation problems. And the cancelling fees are outrageous if something happens or comes up! Overall, wouldn't stay there again or recommend to a friend. Hope your stay is better!

Staying here at the moment. Great place to stay, walking distance to Disneyland, or Uber or take ART. Staff have been lovely, so happy and you always get a happy greeting. Beds and pillows are comfy, can't complain about anything really. A nice relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast is more than ample, everything that you need really.

This hotel was perfect for our group! The add-on room with bunkbeds was perfect for the 8 of us. It was close to Disneyland and in a great location. Breakfast was amazing and not your typical "continental" fare. Great variety and good quality. Staff was on point and did everything great.

I went with my young daughter and we absolutely loved staying at the hotel. It was a bit of a walk to Disneyland, but we made it happen and we had such a blast. The complementary breakfast was good and we loved the pool. The staff was great and helpful. Our room was lovely!

We chose the hotel because òf the family suite layout - we have 2 teenage boys so the typical layout of 2 double beds in USA is not suitable for us. The location is great - not quite close enough to walk to Disney but we sinply ordered uber each day. Rooms a little dated - clean but the carpet felt a little damp. Maybe it had been washed. Beds ok - not luxurious but not uncomfortable. Main problem is walls quite thin and you can hear people walking about in other rooms. Very good breakfast included - large selection of food with plenty of tables. Plenty of parking but approx $15 per night. Overall it was good and I would recommend if you need the suite layout.

Hotel is clean and was conveniently located within walking distance to Disneyland (our destination). You are charged for parking daily unless you are a rewards member, other than that everything was good!

Hotel was clean and a great location to walk to Disney. Staff was polite and easy to deal with. Would recommend for families as the suites had plenty of room and everything was well cleaned and maintained.

The front desk staff when checking us in was amazing and personable. The room was ok. It was a little claustrophobic since it never got any direct sunlight. It is older and could use a little sprucing up. The parking lot isnt large enough for all of the rooms which kinda sucks. But, it was right next to the toy story lot so all we had to do was walk 5 minutes and we got free transportation to the Disneyland park. In a nutshell I would stay here again.

I had zero complaints with this Best Western Location. the staff is well trained and friendly and willing to help with any concerns. there is a manager that is on site during the day (unlike the Ontario California Convention Center location). I am a Diamond Select Member and I can say that this Best Western is a good choice to stay at.

An average to nice hotel. It's in a pretty cramped/busy part of town and difficult to get in and out of. But it's a good location if going to Disneyland or some of the other parks. The rooms were nice enough and good variety on the breakfast.

Pay a little more and stay at the Best West Plus Pavilion...terrible customer service, they state on their website that you get one car with a parking pass but additional vehicles MAY be extra. The rooms are small and it is not as close to Disneyland as it appears. I tried calling customer service directly at the hotel and was places on hold for 8 minutes, when I asked about the parking he put me back on hold...I just hung up. NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS...

Messed up our reservation but did rectify it after we all were about to find a new hotel. Room 238 is in poor shape and smoking area is directly below causing smoke odors to float into the room. Our other 2 rooms were very decent. Staff were very friendly

Great rooms for large groups, our church youth group going to Disney was our purpose, and it was a perfect place for this. Great breakfast, and wonderful pool and hot tub. We appreciated the hospitality and nearness to Disney.

It was our first time staying in the hotel. It's clean, the families are good sized and has the amenities all being shared. My only disappointment was breakfast. We are a family of 6 and 1 day we had breakfast because every other day there was two or three people sitting at a table of six. And having 4 kids under 12.... Patience is not a virtue of a hungry child.

Good place close to everything, including the Disney parking lot. From here you can take the shuttle to the parks and save the walking if you want to. Food was ok for a quick hot breakfast, and the area is clean.

This is just a quick walk from Disneyland or by taking the shuttle in the nearby parking walk. You can also watch the fireworks from the third floor balcony. If you reserve a suite, make sure you get the room you reserve as it can really impact the sleeping arrangements. Also, if you have a young child, they might not have a crib, even if you request one months in advance so I would suggest bringing your own pack n play.

Just checked in and door handle completely fell off locking us in the room! Instead of getting us a new room we had to wait for the maintenance person to TRY to fix the door and he didn't have the right screw and TEMPORARILY FIXED IT. They said it was Newly renovated but false advertisement everything is old and disgusting!

We spent a week while visiting Disneyland, Universal Studios and family. The family room we rented for the 5 of us was roomy and clean. The beds were comfortable. The room was quiet despite being next to the commercial laundry. There was a $15 charge to keep a car parked in the lot. The property is about a mile from the entrance to the Disney parks. We opted to buy tickets for the bus service which are available to purchase at the hotel office. This is a great convenience as walking a mile at the end of a long day at the parks would be uncomfortable. The bench at the bus stop was occupied in the morning and evening by the same homeless man. Seemed to be his spot and he bothered no one. The breakfast served is about what one can expect and was satisfactory. The pool was outdoors and well maintained. The kids enjoyed chilling out there on our off days. I would recommend this hotel. If you are like us we mostly only were in the room to sleep. Fancy it is not.

Our room floors were filthy, making our feet black immediately. Our tub was clogged and even though they were supposed to fix it, it remained clogged for our entire stay. They also accidentally checked us out and deactivated our room keys so I had to stand outside the room in the heat, with my baby, for 30 mins while my husband waited in their slow front desk line just to get it fixed. I also had rowdy upstairs neighbors, there didn't seem to be a curfew.

We had trouble finding a family suite in our price range. Best Western always follows through. Parking can get cramped, but they have a valet guy to move cars around for you. The breakfast is really good. Lots of variety and the area is kept clean. It can get busy, but it's open for about 3 hours. We did have very heavy footed people above us. Management did let them know and it was quiet. If you are a light sleeper like me, request a 3rd floor room. If you are going to Disneyland, this place is very close. All in all, we had a good stay. Our room was clean and we all had space to claim during our stay. We would stay again, but I'd request a 3rd floor room.

We researched hotels for months and the ratings and reviews all led us to this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and newer. The rates were very affordable and the complimentary breakfast was good. Located along the ART bus route which makes getting around town and to & from the parks. If we ever get back to California, we will be staying here again! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so magical!

Very accommodating good stay good breakfast rooms could use some updates but stay was more than satisfactory. We use this hotel again. The hotel is convenient and the service to Disneyland is excellent right outside the hotel.

Maids were smoking on property. It's supposed to be completely smoke free. Also, we tried to checkout early because we didn't realize how far Universal studios was to us, but we were flatly denied a refund for 2 nights by management. It's also a noisy hotel. Lots of families with kids that aren't supervised. All in all, it's a very no frills hotel.

The hotel rooms were very large and accomadated the 7 of us just fine. The kids had their own room with bunk beds and a fold out couch. The adults had 2 queen beds. And having 2 bathrooms was a bonus. Beds were comfy, but pillows could have been better.

I'm a Best Western Diamond Member & was looking for a fair price around the Disneyland area. Hard to find in Summer time. But this is it!! Warm Breakfast with offerings that are a appealing for all ages. You are able to purchase your Disneyland tickets @ this Inn. Pleasant Front Desk. Better price then most area hotels that are this nice.

Raffles best western was a great fit for our family! I will start my review with the few things we didn't love. the rooms were a little outdated and the breakfast area was small. That is it for the negative. We loved the layout of our room. My husband and I took a queen bed. The kids all slept on the pullout bed next to us and grandma had a little separate room with a queen bed all to herself! It was perfect! It was also cleaned really well, but keep in mind it is an older hotel. It was so nice to come back from Disneyland and have our beds made and fresh towels. It always felt good! (random fact but the pillows were a little small) Overall it was great for us!

This place was great. It is really close to Disneyland. Just blocks over. The front desk was quick to check us in and was very welcoming with fruits and water amenities. They give excellent discounts and the hot breakfast included was delicious. They had eggs white & scrambled, make your own waffles, fruits, yogurt, cereals, pancakes, english muffins and toast, milk, juice and coffee available, very filling for a free breakfast. Washer and dryer on property and lots of vending machines.

Motel Is good located in walking distance to Convention Center and Disney parks. Rooms are outdated and very basic. Not much comfortable. Breakfast offers lot of sweet Food, and some eggs. Basic as well.

We stayed in room 226 for three nights. We chose the hotel because of its proximity to Disneyland, its price and the fact that we could book a suite (2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms) for ourselves and a couple of our grown children. (Our daughter and young family stayed in a room down the hall from us in another suite). The hotel wraps around the parking lot, but there is one elevator. Make sure to get room near to elevator if it's not on the first floor. A/C didn't work well (unit in main room took 2 days to get room to temp and unit in small 2nd room could only stay on for a few hours, and then it would re-set itself to 85 degrees. The rooms were decent sizes and clean, though they weren't updated any time recently, and the lighting was insufficient. Bathroom counters with double sinks offered plenty of space. Bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels. There were complimentary shampoo/conditioner and there was a blow dryer and ironing board in the room. There was a small refrigerator and microwave in the room. The bathroom fan was extremely loud and didn't appear to work well. The shower head was not adjustable at all. Breakfast was good–good selection (not cooked on site, but steam-panned and efficiently displayed)--cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, egg rounds, sausage, potatoes, waffles, pancakes, fruit, and toast, to name a bunch. The shuttle that picks up for the park is a good deal. We purchased the 3 day tickets which cost $14.00/adult and $3/child and were for unlimited rides on the system. (Yay! No need to drive the car!). The shuttle stop is right in front of the hotel, but it is a magnet for the homeless, so take care to accompany children. The clerks at the front desk were helpful and always on duty. (I went early one morning and got the same service). I don't know if it's their normal policy, but the hotel allowed us to park there until 10:00 p.m. on the day we checked out. (Big bonus if you are wanting to spend your last day at Disneyland). Parking - there is not enough, the spaces are small, and it costs $15/night (more expensive than BW right across the street from DL) Once we were able to move into a good slot, we left the car parked there for two days (for fear of losing it). We took the shuttle. Though we had requested 3 1/2 months prior to our stay to have rooms next to our daughter and family, that was not honored, though they did have us on the same floor.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only plug in which was the lamp did not work, and parking is very tough even with the valet. The night time valet was way nicer than the day time. Front desk has minimal hospitality. Breakfast was decent for being for free.

We had a room that didn't appear to have any updates and it was definitely dated and the carpet had seen better days. The room was clean though and it appears they are still in the process of updating rooms. Maybe once all of the rooms are updated, things will be better. They don't provide much for bedding and we could have used a blanket for each of the beds. Beds were not very comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a great variety of options, more than the usual waffles and pastry. The breakfast room was pretty small and can get crowded fast. It's about a block or so from the toy story parking lot so you could walk to the lot and catch the shuttle bus to the park for free. We opted for an Uber and it was $6 for our family of 3. If you want to walk to the park it would probably be about a 20-25 minute walk. They charge $15 per night for parking which is ridiculous. The lot is very small and on a busy night parking could be a problem. Once the main parking is full, they will take your keys and start double parking cars.

I checked in at 10 pm after driving 3 hours. Check in was easy and fast. Got to my room and everything seemed fine. After 10 minutes i went to use the restroom and looked up. Wet used towels were hanging all over the shower. So I started to look at the room. Both trash cans full. Cheese crackers left thru out the room on the floor. I called the front desk and they sent maintenance to check the room. He Apologized Took the towels and trash out and brought clean towels. Told me the front desk would call me soon. They didn't. I had to go in the next morning and was told they were sorry they would reverse my parking fee. 15 a night. I said ok. When checking out I asked if the parking fee was waived and nope it wasn't with no notes. So I had to explain what happened again and they then waived the parking fee.

This is one of the best hotels near Disneyland for the service and price. Most of the rooms have been renovated and were really nice. We stayed in a kids suite and loved being able to separate us from the kids after long days at Disney. The internet was not great. It took forever just to load emails and if you are trying to stream any content, forget about it! The location is awesome as its just around the corner from the Toy Story shuttle for a free lift to the park. The breakfast has a good variety and was tasty. The only concern is while it states it is open until 9:30, you need to get there by 9:00 as they start taking food away and by 9:30 there is only fruit left. Probably the best part of this hotel was the pool. A hot tub is a must after walking all day in Disney. The jets on my sore feet was just what I needed to get ready for the next day. The pool was a the real gem though as it was actually warm. It was a great not having a cold pool like almost all other hotels have including the Hiltons and Marriotts. So the location and pool make this hotel a must for any Disney trip!

I stayed during my trip to Disneyland, the walking distance is about 15min walk. I'd recommend an Uber. But the stay was amazing; the breakfast was so good. It was so clean and amazing customer service at check in. I would definitely book with Best western again.

For the cost, this was a great location, within walking distance to the park. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff and great place to stay for our family of 6. The sleep quality was low only because I could hear families coming and going throughout the night. Probably not the fault of the hotel, but still disturbing.

Overall not bad for the price, but my check in experience was subpar. They said I had a 3pm guaranteed check in time and at 3pm they said it would be a half hour longer. They did not seem to care about the fact I had kids with me we arrived at 10 am and patiently waited till 3 before I asked about our room.

Stayed at raffles for a Disney trip, clean place, nice and friendly, and a 5 min walk to the toy story lot for the Disney shuttles... free continental breakfast every morning... would definitely stay there again

Toy story tram is just a block away which is very convenient; we decided to walk to Disney twice and it was only about a 10-15 walk. Breakfast had a decent variety. We had a suite which was perfect for our family. The extra room is private, has its own TV and its own climate control. The fold out sleeper was sufficiently comfortable. The room was clean and had a microwave, refrigerator and nice toiletries.

This hotel is almost right next door to the Toy Story lot. So you can walk to the parking lot and take the free tram to the park. The motel is old and quite dated. However, the beds were not uncomfortable, the AC in the room works, and so does the hot tub (we snuck in after "closing time" to ease our aching legs and backs after a full day in the park). The staff was INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful. We drove an electric vehicle and they moved their own cars to allow me to park next to an outlet so that I could charge during our stay. They also helped with arranging pickup of a gift for a local friend. Anything we needed they worked with us to supply. Really wonderful staff. I would totally stay here again.

The hotel was located in a perfect place for Vidcon which we attended. Walk to Disneyland wasn't bad but taking the transportation was much better. Rooms were very dated and OK, but to be honest could use some much needed updating. Staff was very nice but my interactions with them were very llimited

I recently stayed at this hotel for a little staycation and due to my own mess up on booking a room I arrived unknowing that I had booked a king bed when I needed two queen beds. The manager at the front desk was right away very empathetic and helped me to the best of his abilities to find me a room there, butnthey were completely booked. He helped me then get ahold of Hotels.com to find a another room in the area that could accommodate us, I was on the line trying to work out this mishap when hotels hung up on me, but During my call the staff had been working the whole time To find me a room as well. They ended up finding a room that the persons credit card did not go thru and saved our night! They were so gracious and helpful!

Breakfast was awful! Room had divots in the floor under carpet ..painful if you step in one. Fan loud woke everyone up at night, no off switch except turning off light too. Beds uncomfortable. Loud!!!

This was an excellent place to stay with our two young grandsons; close enough to Disneyland to walk and enjoy the sights. The staff was excellent! The free breakfast was ok; could have been fresher (but it was free so you can't expect gourmet).

We stayed here four nights, for our disney land vacation. We were very impressed with how close and convienet our stay was. Disney Land settle are one block away. Directly across the street from Ruth's Chris and Morton's restaurant. It's a prim location for convienet stores. Room was very clean. Bathroom very clean!!! We loved the breakfast, lots of variety and quality food.

Took my grandkids to Disneyland for their belated Christmas, birthdays and spring break. Arranged my stay thru RCI and the location was great. Within walking distance of a drug store, several decent priced restaurants and Disney - however I bought the bus pass for our 3 days as this old women would have never been able to make the walk back after we were all day in the park! The swimming pool and hot tub were great and the kids had a blast while Grandma sat and soaked up the sun and rested. The breakfast buffet was great and since I have dietary restrictions, I found several things I could eat so we didn't have to eat anyplace else. I had a squeaky front door and the stopper on our bathroom door had fallen off along with the drain stop in the sink broken. I reported it one morning while at the front desk and by the time we returned that day, everything was fixed. They were very happy to accommodate us.

Proximity to Disneyland, easy to find, plenty of parking, amenable and helpful support staff. Delightful stay! Can't really say enough to fill 200 characters but it was awesome, it was great, it was fun!

We had a wonderful time! Check-in and check-out was very easy! The room was very cleaned and cleaned each day! The breakfast was great everyone have full stomachs before an adventurous day out, even picky eaters! The housekeeper's did something fun with my kids stuffed animals and blankets each day! The pool and hot tub were relaxing! We are excited to stay again and refer them to anyone!!

In a hotel-laden area surrounding Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center, here is a gem. Moderately-priced and including a fine hot breakfast experience, this clean motel is worth the stay. I will be back when next I am in Anaheim.

The room pictured is NOT what you get. They are very old outdated, small crammed rooms. There are NO electric sockets to plug in your phones or other electric devices. The bunk beds are very uncomfortable. You can hear next door and upstairs neighbors very loudly and the water from the other showers and very loud bangs when people close there doors. It woke us up in a scare several times throughout the night and in the mornings. There is only one elevator which was very far from our room and we had two small children with strollers and bags which made it a very inconvenient task every time. The workers are all very nice and the breakfast were the only two things good about this hotel. We would NOT reccomend staying here. For the price you can get a nicer newer hotel down the street!

Stayed with the family one night. They offer veteran's discount so our room was very affordable and accommodated the family just fine (3 adults/4 children). Room was very clean and included extra pillows, blankets, and towels so we didn't have to request additional.

This hotel has everything you need for a fun family stay at Disneyland! Not to far from the park not to mention I loved having the valet to make sure vehicles who were staying at the hotel stayed in the parking lot. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was great! Absolutely loved the kids suite! Worked so well for my family and I! We will definitely be staying again!

Great layout for grandma & grandpa plus me and the kiddo to all have our space and a gathering place too. Breakfast was sufficient and pleased everyone. Shuttle to Disneyland picked up right in front ($5 all day).

Overall great experience! Would definitely recommend. Rooms were spacious and breakfast was great. The only thing is parking is too tight. Location is pretty good too. Only thing was first night when we were trying to sleep people were outside drinking and you could hear everything I had to call to complain and after that everything was okay. Other than that great experience. We will be staying here again.

Great hotel for families visiting Disneyland. Clean and friendly. Heated pool was a bonus! A bit of a walk to the parks but not horrible. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was perfect for our family. We will defiantly stay here again.

The rooms are nice and the beds are Comfortable. The Breakfast is excellent. Parking is free. The toy story parking lot has a free shuttle to Disneyland. You can just walk to it and skip paying for parking.

My family I recently stayed in a 2-bedroom suite here. The rooms were great and the staff was very friendly and efficient. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast and short distance to Disneyland. There is an ART tram stop right in front of the hotel and the hotel sold tickets in the lobby. Overall we had a great stay here, I would stay again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of our room and cleanliness. We walked over to the Toy Story parking lot and used the shuttle for free which was a great option but the shuttle at the hotel was also inexpensive if you choose not to do that. The front desk was very helpful and nice when we had questions. Breakfast was good and they have many options! It was a great stay and I'd definitely come back!

Best Western is not my chain or hotels by choice but finding a hotel in Anaheim at the time of the exhibition I was attending is near enough impossible and this looked like the best choice I had as it was walking distance from the exhibition centre. I asked on arrival if they had any renovated rooms and they had one to give me. The room has two double beds in two separate rooms, perfect for families with a fridge an microwave too, there are no other kitchen facilities but that really wasn't what I was looking for. The room was clean and the town and shower were fine. The linens weren't the best but this was only a Best Western. I wasn't used to a "Motel" style hotel with the doors outside so it was quite loud with people sometimes running past. I didn't really communicate with the staff so can't give an opinion on the standard. The breakfast was typical American, sugar sugar and more sugar, donuts, waffles, cereal, jam etc. I bought what I wanted from a local health food shop and ate in the room. Would be ok to stay here next year if no better choice available.

With a big family I love the family suite. It is 2 rooms they've made into one, which means 2 bathrooms. I had a room with wood floors which I loved it felt so clean. The breakfast here is so good. Lots of options and Its all good. It's a bit far for walking to the park, but we ended up walking a few times because the ART bus wasn't coming as often as it was supposed to, and the walk wasn't too bad. We also rode the toy story shuttle buses a couple times and that was nice. it's super close to the hotel. about a quarter mile/4 minute walk. The rooms aren't very sound proof so just be prepared for that. I have stayed here 2 times now and I would stay here again for sure because of the friendly staff, clean rooms, options for getting to and from the park, and the awesome breakfast.

We stayed here for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary, along with going to Disneyland. We were a group of 20. The rooms were spacious and just what we needed. The breakfast was tasty! There was a convenient shuttle to the park. We would definitely come back!

Room was nice and hot breakfast was great! I highly recommend for families especially if you're visiting Disneyland. I've been wanting to try this hotel for years and I wasn't disappointed. I'll stay here again!

Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was great had loys to choose. The only problem is the thin walls, you could hear everyting outside as if your window was open. Other then the noise the stay was good.

Very convenient to Disneyland, the hotel was clean, good breakfast and friendly staff. Could use some remodelling but everything worked fine and was clean. Did not like having to pay $15.00 per night to park though.

We made a last minute change to our plans to stay here in late December 2018 while we visited Disneyland with our 9 month old and ten year old. The crib provided was an old metal cot which was noisy and rattled every time my baby moved. It also hurt him when he would roll over as the sides were metal and much smaller than a normal size cot you'd have at home. A porta cot would have been much better rather than their crib. The microwave was super small so the steriliser did not fit and I had to find another way to sterilise his bottles - i.e. use boiling water from the kettle we packed. We were on the second floor (three on total) and it was noisy as hell. We could hear every movement from the rooms above us, which some nights were still up around midnight doing god knows what! We could also hear their toilet flush throughout the night which wasn't very nice. The house keeping trolleys sound like a road train is coming through the walls as the verandas are tiled in a terribly noisy tile. The breakfast was ordinary - pork flat patties and egg patties tasted like plastic. The waffle machines were in high demand and lead to rude people cutting lines. The breakfast area was too small for the size of the hotel and we opted to eat in our rooms due to the overcrowding and people still wearing their pyjamas and only socks. It was close enough to walk to and from Disneyland and Denny's is just one quick three minute walk away. Despite this we will not be staying here again nor do I recommend this hotel. The extreme noise led to sleepless nights and frustration.

Place was full of families which is a great place sign if you have kids of your own. So close to Disneyland that you can see the fireworks show every night from your room. Rooms were clean and spacious. Shops nice and close just up the road if you need to pick up a few things. A great stay!

This place charges $15 a day to park in the hotel lot you stay in.. The walk to Disneyland took forever they claim its 15 minutes but it's an easy 20+. The beds are as hard as the floor. With the paper thin walls you can hear everything. Breafast was nice but very repeditive. Heated pool was nice . Guest services was nive.

Stayed for our Disneyland trip... rooms were very good, and fit all of us ... Had NOISY people above us, and the staff was very kind and moved us to a different room, and the front desk was always friendly... Would recommend this hotel for a family....

Stayed five nights in January 2019 with my daughter and two grandchildren. We had a family suite (two rooms, five beds) which is ideal for families. Each room has a full bathroom (bath/shower), flat screen TV and individual heating/air conditioning controls. The rooms are reasonably large with the room with 2 queen beds also having a microwave, small fridge and a small table with two chairs. One small negative, there is no in-room safe. A standard buffet breakfast is included which has the usual selection of hot and cold items. The dining area is really too small for the number of rooms in the hotel, although you are allowed to take food back to your room. There is an outdoor heated pool and hot tub which kids will enjoy. Paid offstreet parking is available. DISNEYLAND VISITORS - The Disneyland Toy Story car park is half a block away (turn right from hotel entrance towards Disneyland and walk to the traffic lights). You can walk into the car park and take the free shuttle bus to Disneyland and return back to the car park at the end of the day. This will save walking to Disneyland or taking an Uber/taxi and will save time. Car park staff are indifferent to people walking into the car park. Highly recommended for families visiting Disneyland and would certainly stay here again.

We had a wonderful suite, with bunkbeds that the children loved, and a roomy two-queen bed space. The breakfast was the best I've ever seen in a hotel. Each staff member we saw was friendly and eager to please. The shuttle leaves for Disneyland from right outside the front door, and takes 5-10 minutes to get there. We left the car at the hotel and took the shuttle, avoiding the long lines for shuttles from Disneyland parking. The price was very reasonable. The swimming pool and hot tub were an added pleasure, and that area was very well-kept.

We stayed 4 nights at the BW & Raffles on Harbor blvd. and had a very positive experience! Due to recent mobility issues, we had more contact with the front desk than we usually do at hotels and were pleasantly surprised at the high level of courtesy, service, and enthusiasm of the front desk staff and the housekeeping staff!The handicap room was clean, spacious, and right next to the elevator. The only complaint we would have is that there was no safety bar inside the tub/shower, a necessity for most with mobility problems. When we asked for something, it came promptly. We asked for the room to be cleaned while we were in it, no problem! The front desk offered to help with transportation arrangements and even called our room to ask if we needed anything! Such good service! Additionally, the free breakfast was ample, fresh, delicious, and the staff kept the dining area clean and moving through the busy morning. The hotel is a little farther from the Disneyland resort than others ( roughly 3/4 of a mile), but well worth the extra walking for the OUTSTANDING service!

Stayed 8 nights at the Raffles inn on our Disney vacation. Although we didn't have a renovated room it was nice to have heaps of space for us and our 2 teens who had their own space in a 2nd bedroom, which was equipped with bunk beds, their own bathroom and TV. Staff were always friendly and helpful and were always aiming to please. Only down sides of this hotel are that it can be a bit noisy with people bringing suitcases past your room (it's tiled so it's a bit noisy) as well as when guests run past your room (especially in the morning when excited children are preparing for a day at Disneyland !) also breakfast was hectic, it's quite a small space and we found it tough to find a seat some days,as well as finding it difficult to move around other patrons. Apart from these minor issues we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and especially enjoyed being close to toy story parking lot where we could catch a shuttle to Disney each day.

Clean and quiet. Nice breakfast spread in the morning before you hit the Park. Bit far out to walk to Park, unless you want to add to your 18,000 steps in the Park. But a quick Uber ride gets you to 15-min Wait/Drop-off loop on S. Harbor.

I'd stay again if this property was closer to Disneyland or they offered a free shuttle. Breakfast was amazing, many options to choose from. staff was kind & helpfull. Kids loved the pool. WIFI was quick.

I walked into this best western looking for some advice on where I could find a rental car, (I was staying at a different best western location but this one was close to where I was walking) even though I was not a guest with them their front desk staff were amazing and so incredibly helpful. Jose in particular! He was so amazingly helpful in a rather stressful time. I will certainly be staying at this location on my next trip to the area just because of this service. We really can't thank Jose enough for the help that he provided us with today.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you have young children. The downside for us was the noise! There are nice tiles outside on each level but when people pull their suitcases along it is SUPER Loud!! The cleaning staff drag their carts over the tiles which is even louder. As for the rooms - we could hear the people above us walking around (thumping)earlier than we wanted to get up. The walls are so thin that if our neighbour had a shower I felt like they were in our room!! Our last night the neighbors checked in late and were super loud and woke us all up. The furniture and decor was fine, but a little behind the times when it came to having plugs nearby to charge phones.

We were given a room that had an odor, but the staff was so helpful and was able to move us the next day. We went to Disneyland and the staff moved all of our luggage (and the wine in the refrigerator)l. The hotel is about a mile from Disneyland, but there is a city bus that completes a run every 20 minutes. The fair is $3 for adults, $1 for children and $1 for seniors. We walked in the morning and took the bus back at night because we had so much fun (and walking) in the parks. Their breakfast was good (waffles, pancakes, cereal, sausage, eggs, yogurt, pastries, oatmeal, fruit, etc.). The hotel is older, but when we moved to the 2nd floor I was impressed with the room. The beds are comfortable and there is a parking attendant watching the cars all night. It's a very nice place for families because the cost is very reasonable.

This hotel is great for the location, Room is new and clean. Rather not pay not for parks other then that it was a good stay. So Many restaurants in walking distance of the hotel. I would stay here again since it al close to the park

Best Western had so much to offer to our little family. We had a great breakfast each morning and the staff were very accommodating to our needs. The room we stayed in was a lot bigger than we had anticipated and that was a great surprise.

You get what you pay for. The room we stayed in was in desperate need of an update (carpet stained, floor uneven)... that said, it had hot water, decent continental breakfast, and very friendly staff. Located right on top of the bus route to Disneyland it provided a nice opportunity to ride the bus if you didn't feel like walking the mile down the road to the park. We did both.

Very helpful...went out of their way to help us and be convenient. Friendly and willing to help in any situation.The staff kept the breakfast room supplied. Nothing ever empty or low. Greeted us in the morning. Always had a freshly made bed. Accomadated us when we ran out of coffee.

Went to diseyland and stayed at best western for a couple of nights. Rooms were perfect fit for the family . Loved how there was a separate room. Only promblem was the smell when u first walk in room , maybe the carpet needs shampooing. Overall the room was great, Breakfast was excellent . And so was the staff. Yes i would rexommend this hotel and stay there again .

Terrible hotel and experience. We booked a room with bunk beds, but were told upon check in that all bunk bed rooms were occupied. No compensation or additional attempts to solve the problem were made. They did offer, after we had already unpacked, to move us to a bunk bed room that they magically found for two nights of our stay. However, we would need to move back to the other room mid-stay. We declined that option. The room was dirty and smelled like smoke. The hotel is extremely noisy with very thin walls. The free breakfast was almost inedible. I do not recommend anything about this hotel. When we complained about the bad service, no one offered any apologies.

We've stayed here several times since it's within walking distance to catch the shuttle in the toy story parking to DL. Saves $20 on parking! They have a good selection for breakfast and it was well stocked. Rooms are average but good enough for a comfortable night sleep.

The staff is amazing at this hotel. The distance to Disney is not to far by taking the ART buses. The beds were not very comfortable but the breakfast is great. You get what you pay for in this hotel but they try really hard. Enjoy!

We are just about done with our one-week stay at the Raffles Inn and we have enjoyed our stay so much. The staff here works so hard, are friendly and if you have an issue--they jump on it right away. The breakfast crew not only present a great breakfast, but they are cheerful and hard working. Jasmine never seems to stop working...always on top of the needs. happy and cheerful.

Very good and clean hotel close to Disneyland. Helpful and friendly staff particulary in parking lot and breakfast room. Nice breakfast options included in price. Parking is extra which was my only minus.Rooms are well maintained and odor free. Overall a great experience with my family.

Good breakfast, close to the Disneyland shuttle and very friendly staff. Able to accommodate our need for a early check-in. Would definitely consider staying here again on another Disney trip due to the great price too.

Love the room, we had a family suite for our family of 6. It worked great for us! Will definitely look into staying at this property again in the future. My only criticism is that there is a parking fee for your car. I didn't know about it until I arrived for check in. Also there is no hotel shuttle to Disneyland.

Super friendly front desk and parking attendants, spacious room, fridge, microwave, and even welcome treats! Hot breakfast (what you'd expect with Best Western). Pool was small but sufficient, and not too much road noise (away from the highway). Would definitely book here again!

The service was outstanding. The best service from a hotel we've ever had. It's an older hotel and the beds weren't the best but we'll definitely be coming back for all our Disney trips. You don't get this type of service everywhere. The staff was genuinely nice and caring and went out of their way to help us.

Great very knowledgeable staff the gentleman in the parking area was amazing and very professional and also had a great sense of humor hotel was great rooms are perfect couldn't have been better at all!!!

This has been our go for to hotel for over 4 years we stay here annually for our trip to Disneyland and always given 5 stars. This last trip we went for just over a week and were excited for our usual stay but this time was disappointing. The pool was closed the whole time and we were not notified prior which sucked cuz with 3kids a pool in the hot weather is a huge selling feature. We were told they were going to set us up with another hotel to use the pool but that never happened. We had stuff go missing out our room on more than one occasion. Two things the cleaner had some how taken to laundry on separate occasions, I don't know how they grabbed them So we got them back. Another item was never found. Our keys stopped working a few times, there were jsut so many things that put a damper on the stay this time unfortunately.

Before booking, we looked at pictures on the website of the rooms, room layout, and hotel. But what we didn't know is that only some of the rooms were renovated and looked like that. When we arrived, our room looked almost nothing like the room in the pictures we had seen. Our room was old, smelled like it was formerly a smoking room, and did not have the room perks like the one in the pictures. We traveled with others and it was not possible to switch rooms or hotels during our stay. In spite of the room condition, the staff here was fantastic! We were treated very nicely and were impressed with the work that they all did.

Our family stayed at this location on a vacation trip to Disneyland. The staff was helpful, the breakfast was great with several menu options, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The parking attendant/security was nice and did a great job.

This hotel was a good value for staying close to Disney property. The hotel is undergoing renovation and will be really nice when completely done. Easy to get to, great speedy check in with the parking attendant and front desk staff. Room was very good for a family, we had bunk beds which worked great. Beds comfortable. Carpet, walls, furniture worn, but for the time spent in the room, was ok for what we needed, which was just really a comfortable bed. Prior to this hotel we stayed at a Hyatt the previous night, and didnt get sleep because the room was good but the bed sucked, so the bed at best western was all we really asked for! Breakfast was good enough to get you started for the day, would have liked them to switch up items but overall it was good. Bfast staff very friendly. Housekeeping good. Took 20 min to walk with kids to disney, or you can walk to Toy Story parking lot, a half block away and catch the bus. Did not have the option to check in online or out. Hotel did accept stroller rentals to hold until you check in and checked out which was very nice. Walls of the room seem thin, had no issues until the last day when a family checked in and were overly loud, could hear every word, previous guests were quiet. Satisfied overall and would use this hotel again if we come back.

The hotel is in a great location for visiting the Disneyland resort's.Rooms: They are in desperate need of renovations. The rooms are clean yet appear worn and dirty due to major repairs needed.Staff: Were alright. Didn't go out of their way to interact with customers. Overall: I have stayed here a few years prior to this visit and had a much better experience.

The hotel was wonderful, easy access to Disneyland with the ART shuttle bus and breakfast was fast and good selection of food, tasted good, room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable and spacious. Staff was very nice and helpful made the whole process easy.

Chose this hotel as close to Disney parks. Our room had been refurbished recently apparently, but for the life of me I couldn't see where! Old fashioned wallpaper, furniture and fittings and the nasty colour of the paint -just wow!!!! But the bedding, bathroom and sink area were clean and perfectly acceptable. Breakfast, included in the price, was excellent. Plenty of choice, hot tea and coffee and lots of tables, those kitchen ladies work hard. The pool and hot tub were clean and parking was never an issue. You're not going to spend much time here with plenty of attractions nearby so it's not a bad choice.

We booked our rooms at the last minute due to a change in our travel circumstances. What was expected to be a normal two-day stay turned out to be EXCEPTIONAL. I want to firstly give a shout out to Cruz Campbell and his team, Stephanie and Jose. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your flexibility and compassion. Thank you also for the comfortable stay as you knew we were starting to get homesick. We couldn't have picked a better place to tide us through our rough couple of days. We liked that the inn was located a bit further from the crowd. The rooms and the property did not feel over-used or tired. It was also a lot quieter at night so easier to get some rest. Our rooms were spacious and we found that there was sufficient floor space and wall sockets for four people. Wardrobe could be a bit larger though. Beds were slightly on the firmer side, which worked well for us since our bodies were so beat up from travelling and playing really hard at the theme parks. We found the cleanliness of the room to be very satisfactory - no sticky floors, white fluffy towels. Location-wise, it took us a bit over 15 mins walk to get to Disneyland. There are also plenty of restaurants in the area that isn't overrun by visitors like those in the W Katella area. In-room wifi was strong. Not sure if breakfast option was available but we did not utilize that, so not much to comment here. They do charge for guest parking at a daily rate.

We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights, the price we paid to what we got was fantastic especially compared to other hotel/motels in the area. It's about a 25min walk to the Disney entrance so maybe with little kids it may not be ideal, we didn't visit Disney so it wasn't an issue for us. Pool wasn't working for half of our stay but we just did more shopping. The noise is an issue if your on the bottom floor you can hear upstairs walking, they definitely need to sound proof a bit better. Other then that issue and a few door issues we had over numerous days ( which they fixed immediately) we had a great stay! Would definitely recommend. The breakfast dosent change it's the same every day which gets a bit boring especially after 10 days but we managed and it was free, so who can really complain. I would stay again but I would request top floor.

First time visitors to Anaheim. This was a great location, close to Disney & all the nearby restaurants. The free breakfast exceeded our expectations too. Plenty to choose from & quite generous. The pool & spa were great too. Only negative for us was noise. The air con unit was loud & the walls must be very thin as we could hear every move from our upstairs neighbours. So when they woke, we woke. All in all a good experience.

Came here for a power ranger convention. Close to the convention center. Good pool. Nice room. Nothing crazy fancy but perfect for what i was looking for. Staff was great and the guy out front who checked you in before going inside was super friendly.

On harbor Blvd...mins from Disneyland.. walking distance is an option...Very reasonable on price /night.. highly recommend this hotel with larger families..They have queen siites.. family of 6 here very comfortable with refrigerator and microwave!

Parking is $15 Just FYIRoom 231 had lots of noise, carpets need cleaning badly, and beds are 1 bunkbed and 1 queen not three twins seperately as shown in pictures. Beds extremly firmTheir system was down for movies the entire nightStaff friendly

Staff was professional and courteous. Breakfast was good. 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Suite accomodated my guests and I really well. Just a heads up there is a $15 parking fee. One great accomodation is that this hotel will allow you to park on-site the day of check-in prior to check-in time and will evn hold your luggage upon request.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern, very clean and nicely decorated. The appliances all worked well. The breakfast was a wonderful varied selection of things to eat. Overall it was a very nice experience.

This hotel has a lot of interesting room layouts which is really useful when you are going with a large group. The staff here is super friendly but that is really the only saving grace of this hotel. The rooms feel dirty and you can see a lot of issues that need fixing. The lights on the walls didn't always turn on and they weren't screwed in very well as they moved side to side. The wallpaper is falling off of the wall. The shower head is coming away from the wall. Overall the room felt rundown and dirty. Also, the free breakfast is the same every single day. It doesn't taste that good and foods can be overcooked.

if you are planning a trip to Disneyland or any place around Anaheim I highly recomend staying at the Best Western Plus Raffles Inn & Suites. The Staff are very friendly and accomodating. They went out of their way to allow my daughters to leave their car at the hotel for a few hours so we could all go to Downtown Disney together (as I have a parking pass) to have dinner after we all had gone to the Angel game. My husband, grandson and myself were staying here for 2 nights but they just joined us for the game and dinner. Nice being able to have a full breakfast before heading to Disneyland saved us a lot of time and money not to have to go out some where and get breakfast. I have a Disney Annual Pass so I would use this hotel again in the future when we come to Disneyland.

There are (at least) three Best Western hotels near Disneyland, this one is 3-4 very long blocks away. It also is priced accordingly and more quiet. Do your research. Parking was not an issue- the lot gets full but is organized. This hotel worked very well for us!

This hotel has all the check marks, breakfast...pool comfortable rooms , Gym.. but what made it over the top for me was the staff....they all went above and beyond to make it perfect for our family and a bunch of cousins visiting.. pool was amazing and we were able to enjoy watching fireworks from the Jacuzzi each night. its not the closest to the park but still close, we opted for lyft drivers to take us to and from the park as it was cheaper than the Rt AND less expensive which s amazing!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast area got alittle crowded but the food was great, the room was very clean and even had towels in the shape of a dinosaur. It was a great hotel without costing a fortune!

From the moment we arrived each staff member made us feel welcome. They were all very helpful and friendly! The breakfast was great and housekeeping did more than we expected. If you're planning a family trip to Disneyland, this is a great place to stay!!

Although the room was satisfactory, clean and spacious. I had to laugh about the height of the bathroom sink..very low assuming because of the family oriented location of Disney in close range and the stupid round pillow on the bed is unnecessary is not useful and it looks dumb...sorry interior decorators it's an environmentally impacted future landfill. Almost every-time I exited the room I smelled cigarette smoke. The breakfast was nothing but cheap quality food, the processed hockey puck shaped eggs tasted weird and chewy and the rest of the selection was of fattening processed white flour products(pancakes, waffles and such), and sugar laced cereals and lard made pastries. Explains why Americans are the fattest nation. Only one platter of fruit available such as the typical...bananas, apples and oranges. Management is a joke... When I made an embarrassing mistake on dates after check-in about the seminar I booked for at the convention center I addressed the front desk to see if they would accommodate the change of dates and request that I could pay a similar rate in the near future. The manager didn't have the courtesy to meet with me face to face to make necessary adjustments. Instead the coward hid in his office behind the front desk and let the cold stoned mannered young woman handle his dealings. So much for GOOD customer service and way overpriced for that reason. That's why I gave this place low rating. Never been to a BW before...and will never go to this one again. My advise is to spend a little more money and get better quality service. Wish you the best.

I have been a fan of most Best Western properties. This one was one of my favorites, the staff was great! From housekeepers to front desk everyone I spoke with had a smile on their face and seemed to like their job. Parking lot can get busy but we never had a problem parking as needed. The breakfast was amazing and I went til 9:30 for us that like to sleep in late and go to Disney later in the day. Will highly recommend it as a place to stay and the bus stop for Disneyland is just down the road less than 100 yards. The only noise issue was the housekeepers cart sounded like a train and seemed like they started at 8 am.

Going to Disneyland is quite an expense so finding accommodations that don't break the bank is important. We were lucky to find this hotel! Six of us were in need of a room...3 children, 3 adults and we wanted to stay together. This hotel offers a suite - one main "typical" hotel room with an extra bedroom separated by an interior door. The main room had a queen bed and a sofa bed. The suite had a queen, two night stands, dresser and tv. Though this wasn't one of the updated rooms (they are currently renovating) it was in great shape and no complaints can be made. The beds were very comfortable, which is unusual in affordably priced hotels. We didn't spend much time in the room but the first night there we were able to look out the window and see the fireworks at Disneyland. Cool!! The staff was VERY helpful and professional. Will look at this hotel again when we are in the area next.

We stayed May 28-June 1 2018. The hotel set up is nice, the size of the family suite was perfect (2 adults, 3 kids) although I do wish there was an extra half bathroom in the parent's room. The breakfast was the biggest I've seen for a free breakfast, which was a nice surprise. The distance to the park was good. It was about a 15 minute walk, but you can easily catch a FREE ride on the Disney shuttle from the Toy Story parking lot just down the street. I was afraid a Disney castmember would turn us away but they were super friendly and inviting. The hotel staff were nice enough but I didn't have much interaction with them. I would recommend it to families needing more than 2 beds close to Disney.

As we checked in they were very helpful and very kind! We went to our room and we were excited it was very roomy! we had all the room we needed! The continental breakfast was great and our little kids all filled their bellies were full before hitting Disney! The pool was fun to relax in the hot tub was great and it was very well clean and plenty of towels! The place was very affordable for a for our family of 7! When we went to leave our car was not working and a gentleman even came out to help us! They were very considerate ! it was a very nice place to stay! We will be staying there again next year!!

This was my family of 5 first trip to Disneyland and I am so happy we stayed at this property compared to some of the other Best Western's closer to Disneyland. Rooms are a little dated (carpet is very worn in room 222) but the breakfast is AMAZING (even my picky 2 year old had plenty to choose from) and the room set up worked perfect for us. We walked to Disneyland and were able to leave our car at the hotel after checkout when we went to the park to avoid paying the high parking fee Disney charges. We will be back next year!

We mainly picked this motel due to it's closeness to Disney and for the area it was very reasonably priced. Room set up was good, having a bunk bed and separate kid's space. Rooms could do with a bit of an update, but were comfortable enough. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. As a family we would consider stopping here again for the Disney factor.

Loved this stay in Anahiem at the Best Western. We travel to Anahiem about every two years and we have stayed in some beautiful places and enjoyed our time at Disneyland. We were suprised by the quality of acomodation at the Best Western and its locality to Disneyland. It is an old establishment but a well maintained apartment close to the main facilities in Anahiem. It is very suited for a family of two adults and two children. The rooms are beautiful, very simple, but very clean and well maintained. Turn down every day with sheets, great bathroom but only a shower and toilet but very spacious. The usual for apartments refrigerator, coffee machine etc. They have a a heated pool, well maintained and a spa, very relaxing after a day out. Breakfast was included in the deal and it was good buffet, you could feed the family and get them on the way for the day. Sorry I have to say that one of he features of breakfast was fresh fruit, bananas, apples, oranges and some tin fruit but high quality. Bedding was great and very lovely pillows. Staff were excellent, couldn't fault them, they added to the value of the stay. Stay here again, yes, next year we are taking all our grandchildren to Disneyland and this is where we are staying. Transport The ART buses are available just outside the entrance of the hotel, they take you to Disneyland and the main features of Anahiem for $5.50 per day adult and $2.00 a day senior. So good value. You can also buy the OC bus tickets for $1.50 per day and these let you extend your transport options around Anahiem. Tickets You can buy a range of tickets from the hotel including the Disneyland, The Art transport etc from reception We enjoyed the stay at the Best Western and would recommend it for family or couple guests

Quick checkin, alright room.Smiling staff. Good breakfast, but could have had larger seating area. Outside pool is alright. Easy access to Disney shuttle bus outside, or walk 20 minutes to the gate. Parking can be crowded, but are managed by own staff.

The pool was heated and clean. Comfortable beds and clean rooms upon arrival. Housekeeping cleaned our room up very nicely while we were out for the day. Great guest services. Close to Disneyland, food, and has. Also, very close to bus stop. We really enjoyed out or stay! :)

We stayed in a family suite for 5 nights and it was perfect! Close enough to walk to Disneyland if we wanted or the shuttle was right out the front. So nice for the kids to have their own space - 2 on the bunk and one on the sofa bed. Rooms were clean, pool heated, laundry was very handy and breakfast was great! Would recommend!

Overall the trip we had was great the hotel was awesome and we will come back again the room was comfortable and large and the fitness center was great along with the pool and the breakfast was awesome

While the hotel is a bit dated, it was still clean, beds were nice and the showers were great, good water pressure and plenty of hot water for me and my family.. The best part was the staff, very helpful and maid service was excellent! We had questions for the front desk several times throughout our stay and they were always eager to answer our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

The food was rubbery and bad, it was noisy all hours of the day and night, the beds and furnishings were dingy and old (like 70's) the TV was terrible quality. The water pressure was low and lukewarm. I had a problem with the TV remote and the person that was sent to my room looked like a homeless person. I will NEVER return

Clean, older hotel, friendly and accommodating staff. Semi close to Disneyland. Disney shuttle pick up super close. Later flight, no problem. They will store your bags and let you hang out at pool. They provide breakfast which was good.

My sister and her teenage daughter and me and my granddaughter had a two bedroom suite with one bathroom. I thought the room was comfortable and clean. The pool area was also kept up nicely. The breakfast was good. We arrived too early to check in but we got Disneyland tickets and shuttle tickets and left our car. We asked about the shuttle and were not given any information about where to catch it in the park. You have to wait at a certain spot depending on what hotel you are staying at. Later when we came back to check in, a different woman behind the desk was much more informative and helpful. I recommend Best Western Plus Raffles and would stay there again if I go back to Disneyland.

We recently stayed at the BW Raffles Inn for three nights. Our room had bunkbeds for the kids and their own room with a couch and TV. We walked back and forth to the park each day and it took about 15 minutes. The area felt very safe, even walking home after the park closed. There were always tons of other tourists around. There was a Target that we walked to ( about 15 minutes walk). We loaded up on snacks and lunch items to save a few bucks at the park. We Ubered back to the hotel and it was about $5. The breakfast was plentiful with the usual offerings of yogurt, bananas, apples, oranges, Chobani yogurt. muffins, donuts, cereal. juice, coffee, waffle bar, oatmeal, eggs, potatoes and sausage patties. The hotel was quiet in the evening and loud in the mornings. It seemed like most people were doing the same things. Getting up, getting breakfast and heading to the parks. We walked back one afternoon and had a relaxing time at the pool before heading back to the park for the evening. The pool was clean and the water was warm. It was a fantastic break from the park.

Enjoyed our stay about a mile from Park. A little far for some but there is a shuttle available every twenty minutes. Parking is $15 extra but car saves money if you plan to travel outside of area. Clean, comfortable and good breakfast.

A good hotel, a good price, close to Disneyland. A plastic breakfast. The rear area where most rooms are not very pretty. The pool is very small. The suite for 5 people is very small, especially for children. The internet is good.

This is your typical American accommodation, a few blocks walk from Disneyland and close to restaurants and a CVS and Walgreens. We had a kids suite which was ok, limited privacy with only a flimsy curtain on the glass door separating the rooms and the bathroom/basin were in the room with the bunks which I thought was unusual. However location was excellent, not too close to Disneyland so a little out of the craziness, about a 10-15 minute walk for us.

First time staying at this location. Great room with a reasonable cost. We booked at the last minute and got a pretty good deal. The walk is a bit far when your feet hurt but we didn't have any children in our group so it was fine. Some family tools cabs back to the room. Walking distance to restaurants and Starbucks. They offer valet parking but seemed to have enough parking on the property. Pool area was great for cooling down after a long day at the park. Breakfast was also pretty good for a continental breakfast. Saved our group quite a bit of money each day! Pretty close to the convention center as well.

We loved the kid suite and how each room had a TV. shuttle right there to disneyland. Nice, clean and spacious. breakfast was great they had a lot of varieties. The housekeeper was a nice sweet lady and we appreciate everything she did. My husband and the 3 kids had a great spring break.

4 adults and 1 child stayed. It was great to have the separate bedroom for the couple with the 3 year old, and a queen bed outside for us (grandparents). Nice breakfast included. Comfortable for all. Small pool which we did not use, but kids were enjoying it.

Although the rooms are clean and comfortable and it is walking distance to Disneyland, the budget accommodation comes at a cost.... your sleep! It is the noisiest complex we have stayed at. Allowing loud guests to play loud music late at night, kids running along the verandas, banging doors against walls. Called the front desk and nothing was done. Had to put up with the noise until midnight while trying to settle my 1 year old who had woken up to the noise. The car park is located in the middle of the complex and guests alarms beeping throughout the night. Wouldn't stay here again, and won't recommend it for young families or people who like to sleep at night!

The staff was always friendly and helpful. The location is great for the Convention Center and Disneyland. It was a great value for your dollar. Walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. The room attendant was very nice and thorough.

We have stayed here 4 times over the last 3 years every time we go to disney land . It's conveniently located, about a 10/15 minute walk to the parks. The family rooms are great and practical the breakfast is delicious. They were doing renovations when we were there last but there was no noise that disrupted us. The pool is a huge hit with the kids. Last time we went was for our sons 10th birthday and they put balloons and cookies in the room for him. Was so appreciated. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Convenient location to Disneyland (walked about 2 blocks to Toy Story Parking lot and took free Disney shuttle to park). Large selection (and clean) of items for breakfast. Great price: $120/night for 2 bedroom suite in early March 2018. Stayed three nights. Parking was $15/night, which seems typical for the area. Perfect amount of space for four adults and a toddler, if you are not planning on spending a lot of time in the room (rooms are on the smaller side). Rooms recently updated, appreciated the new flooring. Bed was comfortable, a little firmer than my liking, but slept soundly in quiet room. Crib provided by hotel for my toddler was clean. Housekeeping staff decorated my daughter's crib with our Disney items as a surprise. Was very nice, since hotel lacks Disney ambience that other hotels in area have. Didn't utilize pool, but appeared to be on smaller side. Would stay again for next Disney trip.

Everything was great minus the comfort of the bed and pillows. The breakfast was great and was pleased with the wide varity. We loved our large room! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

For my money and my needs this Best Western delivers everything I need, clean/comfortable room, easy walk to Convention Center and Disney, Great Breakfast, and a helpful, professional staff. A Value Proposition that I Value!!

We stayed in the family suite and it was clean and spacious, perfect room for our family of 7. Free breakfast was okay and not a fan of the daily parking fee. Its about a mile walk to Disneyland. Staff was friendly and we will stay here again!

Hotel is a little dated but all in all good! Room was clean and quiet at night. Staff was great and looked after us. 15 minute walk to Disney Main Gate, huge plus there if you don't have a car, even if you did the only thing the hotel charges daily for parking, less than Disney so its good. Pool and Hot Tub were clean. Breakfast OK busy first thing in morning seating is limited, we ate outside or took to room.

Very clean, great staff, great amenities, delicious breakfast. Very close to Disneyland and the area was great. The lobby was very nice, and they also help us navigate Anaheim since it was our first time here.

Perfect hotel for Disneyland. I loved the family suite with bunk beds. The extra room with bunk beds was perfect for my boys with a nice big TV. The pool and hot tub was clean and we enjoyed the apples and oranges in the lobby. Breakfast was fine but get there early because it is a small space which can get really busy. Beware they charge for parking, but it was worth it because we walked to Disneyland. The walk is about 20 minutes. I would return for our next trip to Disneyland. Thank You

We checked in on Saturday, Feb. 3rd. We had a King Size bed.... 1. They charge for parking, but do not have enough spots for all of their guests to park. They have a Valet and if you come in late you leave your car with him. People seem to park in areas where there are no parking spots, the hotel/valet does nothing & one has to maneuver around them. 2. They spay some type of chemical air freshener in the Lobby & it got me choking... but there is no smoking. Foul smelling air is foul smelling air no matter smoke or chemical laden air spritzer. 3. We opened the door to our room and there was the toilet w/ the seat up! the bathroom was so small that in order to close the door, one had to walk to the side of the toilet & close the door. If you try to close the door while on the toilet, you hit your knees & the door will not close. 4. The desk chair tilted dangerously backwards.... 5. The bed was hard, but worse the pillows were the WORST. Just cheap pieces of foam that did not adjust to to the contour of our heads & gave us neck aches. 6. There was a huge argument in the parking lot during the night between two men, followed by 2 gunshots, then the police arrived.... When we approached the front desk staff & asked about this, we were brushed off... Other than this, the hotel was pretty quiet. We did not eat the breakfast, but there is fresh fruit, coffee, & fruit infused water in the lobby during the day. We got a discount, because I paid in advance & was not allowed to cancel the reservation.... But now I'm looking at the prices, and I've got to say, for the current prices, I'd not stay there again.

Great rooms and clean. We will be staying at this hotel again when we go back to Disneyland. Breakfast was great and check in and out was fast. The bus to Disneyland was right next to hotel that was great.

This was out first time staying here....never again!!!! Breakfast was amazing probably the best thing the hotel offered l. Upon check in I was charged am addition $140 for a 50 parking night and 20 a night room fee.i checked my reservation and nowhere on it did it state that anywhere. After the first night we came back to the room and noticed beds were made but still the same bedding sheets and covers....I know hotels I've stayed in changed the bedding every single.day. our room did not look cleaned or vaccumed. Our room key was misplaced my husband went to get a new 9ne which the lady told him we only had the room 1 more night....false in my reservati9n confirmation we had the room for 4 nights and not 3 another mistake they made yet again. All hourse of the night were people running up and down the outside hallways. Most likely would not recommend this place unless all other locations are booked.

The staff overall was very kind. However, our room door was left open by the cleaning staff during our stay. Luckily nothing was missing, but this carelessness will make me think twice about returning

too much noises very early morning, and late at night. people feel they are in their own back yard. yelling non stop and running early morning and late night. if you are with family and used to this. it is all good. I travel for business and it was a good deal for the money but I have to move to another hotel due to the noises.

Was amazing. Room service was amazing thy cleaned really good. Great breakfast service and amazing rooms. I recommend this hotel because honestly it has an amazing happy vibe and the staff is willing to help if there is any problems.

We had a great stay at the Best Western. Great room, delicious breakfast, and walking distance to Disney! We stayed in a family suite. It was nice for the kids to have their own room (that we could close a door to) and ya adults to have our room - with separate TVs even! Definitely would recommend.

We had a nice stay at this property during a family trip to the nearby Disney parks. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a bus stop with frequent service to the parks. You can buy bus tickets at the hotel reception. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the breakfast has a variety of selections for different tastes. This hotel is a great value when visiting Disney on a budget

Also, the property is not as close to the theme parks as they tout in their advertisements.

Our room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet is a plus! The hotel is very close to Disneyland, you could walk or call a car for less than $6 each way. We opted for that option since Disney parking is $20 a day! There are decent restaurants in the area should you get tired of park food.

We have stayed here twice now, and this is a great place to stay when visiting Disney. The rooms are clean and the family suites are great when you need a little bit of space at the end of the day. Breakfast on site saves money at the park or restaurant and time when you're getting ready in the morning. They had cold cereal, oatmeal, waffles and pancakes, eggs, fresh fruit and yogurt. During the day they have ice water and fresh fruit in the lobby. The pool is heated!! And it's always clean with it's own bathroom. We have stayed here twice now. It's a great value for the money. The distance to the park is walkable, but not a great distance when you have tired kids and sore feet. The ART shuttle on this route was terrible when we did it last time. It was always late and crowded. This time we opted to do the shuttle at the Toy Story lot which is just a short walk up the street. It was fantastic. That's my only complaint! This is such a great place to stay for a family. Thank you to the staff for making it great!

Everything about this place was exceptional, from caring and understanding staff at check in, through to check out. Room itself was clean and well stocked, beds comfy, bathroom great size and water pressure was brilliant on the 3rd floor. Internet speed was the best I have ever experienced! Breakfast, lots of selections to choose from, something for even the most fussy eaters. Parking was easy, and walking distance to Disney Parks, Food and Restaurants. I will definitely be coming back to stay here!!

I love this Hotel... second time staying here. I will pick this location every time i return to visit Disneyland or california Disney. The Suite we had was great and my kids really enjoyed the pool and hottub.

Recently stayed there for twelve nights accomadation in a two bedroom suite, excellent staff ,were very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was most enjoyable. Breakfast was ample with a choice of pancakes !waffles, eggs sausage muffins etc,.Great location for transport via the ART to Disneyland and California Adventure Park. Great location for restaurants and food options within walking distance.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Disneyland. We walked to/from the park every day, and appreciated not having to pay to park at Disney. We were pleased to see a bag of warm cookies waiting for us when we arrived -- when my husband asked if we could purchase more for the next night, they brought us more free of charge. Also, when their employee, Rosie, helped us in the breakfast room and heard that it was our daughter's birthday, she arranged for balloons to be put in our room while we were at Disneyland. They couldn't have been nicer to us! Thank you for such a great experience!

We have four kids and it is difficult to find a hotel that can slee all of us without paying extra. This was great and the bed was very comfortable. My biggest issue was the coffee was terrible (I walked to the nearest Starbucks each morning) and they did not offer real half and half. Coffeemate and fake butter are not my preferred condiments in the morning.

Clean, comfortable, affordable. Great breakfast, great staff. ART shuttle access as well as ease of purchasing ART tickets at the hotel desk. I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to on my future Disney trips.

Over all appearance of hotel was good but rooms need some up dating. Carpet worn, light coming off wall. Elevator wall panels were coming away from wall. Breakfast room was great. Selection was great.

The Best Western Hotel Plus was great! 2 blocks away from Disneyland and very close by to great restaurants. Make sure to get the ART shuttle passes as the shuttles take you all major stops. The suite we had was very nice and roomy.

Very clean hotel. Rooms were nice. Wi-Fi not so great. Check-in and out was fast no issues. Staff service at night was lack there of no help was given when issue arose. Overall it was a good stay. Just don't leave items in your hotel room they may come up missing during cleaning

Nice hotel, delicious complimentary breakfast with your stay. Parking could be difficult but staff was gracious and took care of it. Pricing was affordable considering it was during Thanksgiving weekend. Definitely recommend. Overall nice hotel.

2nd time staying at this facility. Great helpful staff both times. Nice. Helpful. If you need to use pubic transportation or your own, they are very helpful. Pleasant experience both times. Disneyland most recently & was great to use the bus, previous at the convention center.

The hotel staff is excellent. The property is nicely maintained and easy location to Disneyland..bus ride 10min away. The hotel.room is in dire need of updates and more comfortable beds like many of the other Best Western properties are known for

Rooms were clean and updated. We had a kids suite with bunk beds. My kids loved it! There was a sleeper couch in case we needed it. Extra blanket and pillows in the closet. The staff was friendly and attentive. Location was perfect! Best deal in town! Wish we could have stayed longer. Will be our go to hotel whenever we visit family in LA not just Disneyland :)

Staff is amazing, you have great team, from front desk agents, housekeeping, breakfast attendants the rooms are fabulous they are great for families separate bedroom, the pool is amazing after long day just relax and also sit in the hot tub, They treat us like family and for that we always give back great job

This was a nice simple hotel, not super fancy. It is two stories with the elevators on the exterior. I was particularly looking for a suite with 2 bathrooms. There aren't many available in the area, at least I couldn't find a big selection. It worked great and the value was very good considering it was a suite. The only negative, which is subjective, I didn't feel the beds were very comfortable. One more, if you're a light sleeper this may not be the hotel for you. Parking lot faces rooms in a u fashion... I woke up throughout the night with the surrounding noise.

The hotel is within short walking distance from the Convention center. The staff is friendly and breakfast is included and better than what most other hotels at this price level offer. Nice to have a dip in the pool after a busy day.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I would definitely stay again. The room was clean, very roomy for 6 adults, and the staff was friendly and very accommodating to our needs. It was also close enough to the Toy Story Parking Lot to walk from our hotel to take the shuttle bus. But if you wanted to drive, it's very easy to drive out of the hotel property right into the parking lot.

We stayed here for 4 nights from 4th November 2017 and we were so happy with the hotel. As a family of 5 the room had a seperate bedroom that could be shut off from parents that had bunk beds and a sofa bed. Bathroom shower was small, however adequate. Complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations with a huge choice of hot and cold foods. Only about a 15-20 min walk to Disneyland. Has onsite laundry also. Would recommend to others especially families.

Good enough for the price i paid. We had 6 people in a suite for 5 nights at a total of $999 after taxes and fees (including parking fees of $15 a night per car). Its a 3/4 mile walk ti Disneyland. The free breakfast made everything worth it. The rooms were clean although a bit outdated and the workers were nice. Dont get your hopes up about using their movie rental service. It was $19 to rent a newer movie. Certainly Not amazing but good enough for the price.

Every problem I had they fixed. Items we needed to mail home, laundry, directions, printing plane tickets, everything. They had fruit available in the office any time for snacks, and nice cold water. It really seemed that they believe “the customer is always right.” I wish everyone was as nice.

We booked this hotel to enjoy Disneyland. They had a great breakfast service we took our food back to our room since their area was small. You can catch a free shuttle just 2 blocks away at the toy story parking lot

Stayed here for 3 nights purely so we could go to Disneyland. The room was huge so fitted us (family of 4) in perfectly. Breakfast was good, nice selection although the dining area can get quite crowded. The pool was clean and warm. Shuttle bus to Disney stops just outside, then it is a 5 minute ride. Could easily walk but with 2 young kids it was a bit too far for us. Staff were very helpful when booking out shuttle tickets. Laundry facilities were great, you might need to wait for a machine as there are only a couple but thats not the end of the world. We would happily stay here again.

The beds were comfortable; the staff was polite; there was a terrific breakfast every morning; and the rooms were very clean. It was the perfect fit for my family during our first visit to Disneyland!

I would not stay here again. It was ok, the price was right, the location was good. The shower was broken in our room. We were only there 2 nights so I did not report it. I was not moving to a new room while trying to do Disney parks. It was obvious that the shower was very outdated. Room 312 I think, on the 3rd floor. there was no card for me to fill out in the room for maint. problems. I prepaid a month in advance. That did not help me get a room on the first floor. The shuttle to Disney was $5 pp, I will take Uber for everything in the future and not rely on shared shuttles. The free breakfast was not good and the coffee was just horrible. Food marts and restaurants within walking distance. Many hotels to chose from on this street. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Desk personnel very helpful, beds too hard, location good. If you are in good shape convenient for walking to Disneyland, if not, not so much. Would of been nice to have a TV guide in the room so we knew what channels were which. Several restaurants within a 3 block area. Not thrilled with housekeeping but all other staff where great.2 1/2 stars.

Staff was AMAZING, breakfast was good close to Disneyland and Toy Story shuttle, literally a 5 minute walk . The only thing wrong beds need to be updated just a little uncomfortable after a long day at Disneyland

Great spot for the price! Usually don't get this good unless I pay more than double the rate. Service was great, room was clean and had way more items (towels, toiletries, coffee) than most, and breakfast was great minus the sausage patties.

We had a large group and we did the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom family room and it was great to have the extra bathroom with such a large group. (6 adults and and 2 toddlers). We had options to get to Disney; walk the 15 min, take the toy story shuttle 5 min walk, or use lyft/taxis and we used all 3.

This hotel was awesome for us! The sales rep that hooked us up with the room took really good care of us and the on-site staff delivered exactly what was promised. The room was really clean, the workout room was sufficient and the breakfast exceeded expectatjons. Two thumbs WAY UP!!!

We really enjoyed our six night stay at Raffles. We had what seemed to be the standard suite option - one Queen bed in the main area, and the second room with a bunk bed and pull out sofa. It was a bit snug for our family of five, but still a great value for number of beds - especially considering the price of suites in most resort area hotels. My parents were there with my teen brother and ended up in a HUGE suite - Rm. 330, with a large living area w/ Queen bed, chairs, and pull-out, kitchenette w/table, and a separate bedroom. If we return, this room type would definitely be my first choice, though I'm sure there are not nearly as many of these room types available! We actually ended up having our small wedding ceremony in their room - as it had ample space for an arch and all my family members in attendance! The breakfast was superb - a great money-saver in terms of buying meals while visiting Disneyland - yogurt, pastries, donuts, toast, sausage, eggs, waffles, fruit, etc...quite easy to fill up for a large part of the day. The pool and hot tub were a great temperature, clean, and the kids loved them. The staff we interacted with were courteous and effective, though maybe not super friendly, with the exception of Jose at the front desk who simply excels at customer service! Any interaction with him was met with a smile, friendliness, and professionalism - so refreshing! Finally, the walk to the Disney Parking lot is just down the block, which means a free ride to the parks, so we utilized that each day and didn't have to pay for ART. As with any location, the walk always seems longer on the way back :-) There is a daily charge for parking, as well as a daily deposit (which is made clear on their website) so that's important to be aware of if you keep a close watch on your budget like we do. We utilized the Guest Laundry with no trouble, the beds were comfortable, water pressure was great...really do not have a complaint about this place! Would definitely recommend!

Better room service would have been nice. Our room was not cleaned until the end of the day between 4:00 and 5:00?? Also we both feel we should have been given a choice of a handicap room or a non handicap room. When we went back to the office and requested a standard room we were told that wasn't going to happen. not cool Best Western not cool!

This place has always gone above and beyond for my family during our stays. Best Western is wonderful. The staff is friendly and you get a lot for what you pay. Breakfast has many options but should include more Gluten Free options. Close to Toy-Story Shuttle for a free ride to the park.

Front desk staff is insanely rude breakfast is cold not enough seating and room smelled of urine. Not enough parking and they failed to tell you at check-in of all the additional fees included with your stay the hotels right next door offer parking with your reservation however this one year charge per night and parking is limited not a guaranteed spot what you find out after you pay for it

Our family of 5 had a 2-bedroom suite which meant the kids were in a separate room & we could spread out. Plenty of room for 5 nights as we only needed the room for sleeping & showering. Breakfast was highly processed & sugary though. Hard to find any actual food apart from fruit & chipped potatoes. Even the yoghurt was sweetened. Tip - bring your own laundry powder to save $$ as wash = $2, dry = $2 & soap = $2

After booking this hotel I was scared with what quality it would come, but it was fantastic! Adding the ART transportation to my vacation package was a great idea, there was an ART bus stop right outside the hotel! If visiting Disneyland, it wasn't too far too walk either. Clean rooms, good wifi, great breakfast! 10/10

This hotel was wonderful and when we checked in around 1 am after a full day of flying Jesus was very friendly and accommodating! The only issue we had was with the air conditioning unit. My mother and I slept in the room with the queen size and my cousin and grandmother slept in the room with the bunk beds. My mom and I were sweating and my cousin and grandmother were freezing. There was no way for the room with the queen size to cool down without the people in the other room freezing! Besides that our stay was lovely. I hope to stay here next time I have a destination in or near Anaheim! Thank you!

This hotel was nice for a Best Western. It was nice, comfortable and the staff was really nice. We had a couple of additional requests and they were on it quickly. It would have been a long walk to Disneyland but we used the public transportation which dropped us off curb side. We would stay here again.

Suites are excellent for family. Walking distance from Disneyland. Plenty of eateries near by. Although not flash, breakfasts were suitable. Reception staff were always very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Would have no problems in recommending.

If you have kids then do not get room 335, because it has a hole in the floor and your kids will trip on it. The hotel is 1.1 mile away from the Disneyland main entrance, so do not be fooled by some of the front desk people when they say it is one block away, because there is a BW that is one block away and this one is not it.

We stayed at the hotel for a family Disneyland trip. The best thing about the hotel is the location and the shuttle outside the front. The hotel is extremely outdated. Many hotels in the area are similar in price and much nicer.

Great location to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm and other attractions.Restaurants were a short walk away, rooms were very clean and hotel staff were excellent. Would definitely stay again if we were to return to the USA.

This was out first trip to Anaheim and we could not find fault with this accommodation. From the minute we arrived we were taken care of. The reception staff were fantastic, especially Suzy who assisted us and went above and beyond what we expected. Suzy arranged all of our attraction tickets and gave us everything we needed. No questions went unanswered. The rooms were immaculate, the pool and spa clean, laundry facilities and gym and well used by us. It is only about a 15 minute flat pleasant walk to Disney Land. Highly recommended for families and couples AND breakfast is included.

The hotel rooms are clean and updated. It is located close to Disneyland. The breakfast was surprisingly good. It included hot items such as pancakes, made to order waffles, sausage and eggs. I was pleased with the value I received for the price I paid for the room.

Our Disney vacation. This was our first say at this location and we were totally surprised how much we liked it. The staff were great and helped with any questions we had. The breakfast offered right me off guard and loved the variety. I would definitely be staying here again..

Good stay! We had fun and was close to a shuttle. Our whole family was able to stay close together. Nice people! We enjoyed the hotel and the space. Bunk beds and crib avaialability. The pool was nice. Space was clean.

The bed was comfortable, internet had excellent speed and staff was professional. Liked the various breakfast options. Liked the easy access to the laundry room and elevators for easy access to the rooms & avoid stairs. However, cannot give it an excellent rating because when I tried to check out just after 5:30 AM, to beat some of the morning traffic, the doors that normally slide open when one walks close to it, to get to the front desk, did not slide open, suggesting the doors were closed/locked. However, I went back 1 hr later after breakfast and doors slid open as normal. Would recommend to anyone looking to check out early to discuss with the front desk ahead of time or see if there is an alternative way to get to the front desk during off-hours before 6 AM.

This hotel is located about a mile and a half from entrance to Disneyland BUT there is a ART bus stop right out front. Rooms are clean, maybe in need of a bit of updating, but suites for families, wonderful with bunk beds, cribs available. Nice/simple swimming pool and hot tub. Breakfast included! You have to pay for parking at the hotel which seemed weird to me, so if you drive that increases your per night stay!

We stayed at the best western raffles for 1 week in september and loved it. . .it was a quick walk to the toy story shuttle to get to the disney parks (otherwise a 20 min walk). We were given a corner room on the 3rd floor and it couldnt have been better!! No one needed to walk past our rooms so it was SO quiet. Also the room was slightly different than online and had a large main room with bed, tv, fridge (quite roomy) and microwave and the bathroom was off that room. . .and then there was a door to where the sofa bed and bunkbed and other tv were. . .it was so great to not have the bathroom in the other room as my kids would fall asleep fast and we didnt need to disturb them. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff working in the breakfast room were amazing! They were constantly stocking food items up and there was never anything missing. They had so many choices- sausage, eggs, waffle maker, pancakes, potatoes, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, juices, coffee, tea. . .so much to fill up on! And while the pool wasnt large there was plenty of room for the families there and we often had the pool to ourselves!! Very clean and nice there is a washroom right there :). . .overall a great stay and will definitely stay there again!!

This is a great place to stay if you want a clean room, good breakfast with variety, within a mile walking distance to Disneyland and very friendly staff. We took our family to Disneyland and stayed here two nights. We only had two complaints, which we feel can happen anywhere. One the people in the room next to us were extremely noisy and we could hear them all night yelling and banging things. (It was our fault for not reporting them) and secondly, the room smelled strong of cleaning chemicals-but we were glad it was clean. There were tons of towels, pillows, and blankets as well, which sometimes is rare. Very friendly staff! For the price, this is a great place to stay!

We stayed here for our 15th anniversary trip to Disney. We stayed 4 nights, the staff was great! The room was good, very clean, the breakfast area had a good selection but was very busy late in the am, would recommend going earlier in the morning. The hotel is a short walk to the toy story lot and we caught the shuttle there.

Our room was very comfortable for our family of 5. Breakfast was very nice. And the very short walk to ride the free bus from the Toy Story parking lot was a bonus. Overall very nice and we would definitely stay again.

Due to mistake by me, I was expected to check in one day earlier. Clerk acted as if I had really messed up and she had to find a room for me. Since I had paid for the room in January, I felt that my room should be kept for me. After I said that I would gladly receive a refund if she couldn't find me a room, she became friendlier and found me a room. Breakfast was pretty good, but instead of fresh scrabbled eggs, they had premade egg patties that weren't all that good. Other Best Westerns have fresh scrabbled eggs. One in Arlington, WA even had made to order eggs.

Hotel was conveniently located to Disney within walking distance. Very reasonable priced. We stayed 2 nights in the end after spending a whole day/night at Disney. Staff were excellent very friendly & helpful. Free wifi always a plus. Breakfast included was ok for the type of Inn couldn't complain really Ideal for families In need of a lick of paint or upgrade of decor & bathroom on small side but overall great experience

Our stay was above average for this type of hotel. Our stay was for the Half Marathon Weekend at Disneyland, and so we really just needed somewhere clean, with a good location. We were only in the room to sleep. Breakfast was decent, eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, etc. the service from the staff was stellar, check in and check out were smooth. The beds were pretty uncomfortable but honestly not the worst I've ever slept in. Overall it was worth the money, and the great location to the parks and wonderful service make this a 4 star.
