Best Western Plus Executive Suites

Before I go to into the cons of this place, the pros are or is the breakfast. It was decent. The eggs and potatoes weren't overly cooked. They offered ham, pancakes, bagels, bread, milk and yogurt. Unfortunately, no fruits. There was an espresso/coffee/hot cocoa machine which made diluted mediocre drinks. The juice machine offered orange and apple juice, and cranberry cocktail. The cons… I don't know where to start, but my room number was 220 and I added photos for reference. Walking down the hall towards my room, I was perplexed by the windows in the hallway. Turns out these windows are the window of each room. You can look out these windows into the hallway - a bit strange. Yes, I kept the curtains closed. As I approached the door to my room, I found my door to be “previously broken into”. In my mind, all I could think of was this room must've been a previous crime scene or someone died in it. The frame was broken, the door seemed wedged open and the door surrounding the lock was partially gone. This was not a good feeling. The first thing I do is check the bed when I enter a room for bed bugs. None were noted but there was an obvious stain on the cover. This gave me an unsettling feeling that not everything was clean although it may appear clean. The towels were dingy yellow, with one of them having a red stain which added to my whole paranoia about how clean or rather this room may be. The room was dated and old. The office chair was worn, the coach stained, the bathroom ceiling was low with a loud exhaust fan, and the sink was missing a plug so don't accidentally drop an earring or something small or else it'll be long gone. There was also an odd guy wearing shorts (in the winter), flannel shirt and cowboy boots with a duffel bag looking awfully suspicious in the hallway. He ran away into the staircase as soon as somebody started walking in his direction. The only thing that made me laugh and smile was when I said “this place is ghetto”, a little girl passing by repeated what I said, “this place is ghetto”.

Our room was in disrepair. We would have canceled or changed but our room was non-refundable and we got in at 12am. We had a suite for 5 people but the couch bed was broken, sink didn't drain and the bathroom door didn't lock. We heard police sirens most of the night. Breakfast was ok but even at 8am mostly was gone while the worker didn't refill the items. I do not recommend this hotel.

I chose this hotel because of the swimming pool. It was large ( though not heated) and had a hot tub. But I was surprised at how old and dingy everything was. The doors to the rooms were heavy, and slammed shut very loud. The couch was absolutely disgusting. Stained, and old. Definitely didn't dare curl up on the sofa and watch tv. There are actually 2 tv's. The beds were really nice.

I am so tired of trying to find a chain hotel that not only provides clean rooms, but also REAL eggs in their free breakfast. Best Western Plus checks both of those boxes. Even though some of the properties are older, they are well maintained and so very clean. Thank you Best Western Plus!

The pullout bed in the room was broken, the phone did not work, the microwave oven did not work properly, and there were placed in the room that were filthy. This hotel was selected because it provided executive suites, but the room was far below expectations.

Has security come thru often. Places to shop near by. I stay in motels and hotels all the time with the business traveling I do and I rate this as one of the top best places to stay. Will be back again

If you're planning to use the pool and/or jackuzee, don't count on this as a hotel amenity because better not to go around it.. receiption didn't look happy with his job, bed wasn't bad, breakfast was good

We had a very nice stay for the 2 days we were there, very clean, staff were all very friendly and helpful. With the A/C on couldn't hear any surrounding noise of others around, quite pleasant, and felt safe staying there.

Great and safe hotel. Location was in a good area. Close to the freeway. Easy access to the freeway. Lots of Local restaurants to choose from. And a car wash close buy to wash away those pesky bugs from your windshield

Bathroom was disgusting. Broken shower rod ,black mold on ceiling ,weird windows in rooms to hallways. Only two ice machines. One on the first floor, and one on the third., that barely work. Only one luggage cart, that fell apart as I was using,, and I had to fix myself. Hotel not in the greatest of locations, wouldn't dare leave anything in car.

Always very noisy people here, and traffic noise is BAD, reserved a handicap room weeks in advance, check in at 3 " room not ready...20-30 more minutes" I'm diabetic had to get in room to adjust insulin pump and check my blood sugar, so forced to take other room, had back surgery that morning, barely could get in tub, hurt back worse

So far I have no complaints it was a really nice experience. The staff was very friendly, my room was clean, and the breakfast smelled yummy.. I would recommend staying here. Next time I have to go swimming cause the pool looked awesome!!

Wife and I took a vacation to see family, friends, and a few places we had not been to. We saw family in Oklahoma City and Dallas. Friends in Waco and Austin. Attractions at LBJ's Ranch, Fredricksburg, and Carlsbad Cavve with bat flights.

This trip was a family birthday party for a five year old girl along with her 6 siblings and cousins. We booked several rooms and had a pool party after having a birthday dinner of chicken and chips in the breakfast area.What a wonderful day we had. The kids all asked if they could have their party there next time.

Outstanding customer service ~ kudos to Jill & check-in & Ben @ check-out. Friendly & efficient. EVERYONE on staff was smiling, cheerful & helpful. Automatic front doors. 2-room suite was lovely & I wished I'd had more time to spend enjoying it. Slept well on super comfortable bed w/nice linens & lots of fat, fluffy pillows. Fridge/micro & in-room coffee. free wifi w/ample signal strength. On site security. I was meeting friends at nearby Cracker Barrel or I would've enjoyed the continental that included tortillas & green chili salsa. Great room at a great price & I'd definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel in which to stay. It is always clean, comfortable, and easy to get to. It is also quiet. Check in and check out is easy and quick. Staff is professional. Breakfast is excellent. We have never had a problem in this Executive Suites hotel.

I stayed at this place over the new years and it was a big mistake. Checkin was a breeze. we come on, they give us the room key and off we go. Right? I wish. The room smelled like weeds or pot. Terrible smell. Family couldnt stand it. So we go back to the counter and ask for another room. Staff gave us a key to a different room. All good? Not really. We are about to open the door and noticed there were already people in there! Thank god we didnt open the door. So poorly managed system that doesnt even show which rooms are available. Third time is a charm right? Not so fast. Staff gives key to another room and said "just carry these towels up". thats the only thing missing. We try to walk to the elevator and she said, wait up. Why dont you take this key instead to a different room. So we finally go to the 4th room! Hotel is located right off of I-25. Too much noise from the freeway. Very hard to sleep. The bath fan was so loud, I am not even exaggerating. Room doors are not soft close and they slam. Needless to say, you can hear all neighboring rooms door slam shut everytime. Too annoying when you're trying to sleep at night. Body wash in the dispenser ran out and in the morning I let the front desk know to refill it. Not surprised that it wasnt done when we used the shower the next morning. Frontdesk apologized and said come downstairs and pick up the soap bar. Find a different place to stay.

I had an excellent stay at the Best Western Plus Albuquerque. I was caught up in the travel nightmare over Christmas. The staff were always warm and friendly. When you have had to travel for 20 hours and have your flight cancelled and so on, I felt a very warm welcome when I finally got to the hotel. I was very appreciative when I asked the front desk to let me know when my luggage arrived from the airport and they were spot on. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Albuquerque.

First time staying here. Stayed in another BW hotel for my sisters wedding and had a pleasant stay so we found this hotel at our recent stay in Albuquerque. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, fast check in. Nice big rooms were great!! Pool area just needs to be updated and pool could be warmer. A waffle maker would have been nice for breakfast. But the pancake maker was quick and easy. Pumpkin spice pancakes were good. We will stay here again :)

All the things I love about BW - great service, price, welcome cookies and a great breakfast. The whirlpool sweet was FANTASTIC - tub was clean and worked great. Layout of the room was a bit awkward though, and the pillows were small and deflated. Bed had a bit of a dip in the middle. Might be time to get new pillows and flip the mattresses.

This was a one night stay during our travels. We have nothing negative to say about this hotel, it's staff and room accommodations. After a long day of driving we were pleasantly surprised with our suite which had a flat screen tv in each area - the front room with a desk, couch, and microwave/refrigerator area, and one in the bedroom as well. The bathroom was clean, however could use some renovation. We took advantage of the brewery next door for dinner, and later soaked in the hotel jacuzzi. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning included pancakes and waffles, along with the usual other options. This Best Western is one of the better places we've stayed in. An overall very pleasant stay.

My stay was not a pleasant experience. Upon check-in I was informed that there would be a $50 charge above the room rent to my credit card refundable upon successful departure from the room (the charge was for room damage and/or if I had an undeclared pet.) I was also given a one page document to read explaining non-acceptable behavior in the motel. The three floor establishment had only one working ice machine on the third floor and one working vending machine on the first floor. The internet signal was weak and slow and my devices kept flipping back and forth between WiFi and data modes. The actual room itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable with all amenities in good working order.

The last time I stayed here, it was not a good experience. This time, we came to town for the balloon fiesta and stayed again as we really like the location. I think they must be under new management, it was a much better experience this time. Check in staff was friendly, our room was clean, and it was quiet. It's a great value for the price.

BEWARE BEWARE DISCRIMATION AGAIN SERVICE ANIMALS!!!!! Checked in after booking online advised booking agent that we had a small service dog with us for a handicapped 92 yr old grandmother. Even paid extra for a deposit with the small dog. Upon check in again said we had a dog. After we went to dinner and came back for the evening to let the dog out we were told by Jill that we had to leave the property as no dogs were allowed. Completely rude about it as well. Upon leaving asked for the manager and was just given a card and the employee proceeded to flip us off at the front desk as we questioned the name she was given to management and then flat out lied about it. Completely unprofessional of staff members Jill and the other girl working Celeste. To kick out not only for having a service dog but also someone who is 92 in the evening after we had been there for hours. NEVER NEVER NEVER STAY HERE!!!

Pool was not clean my son got a ringworm caused of not cleanliness rooms sanitation. Now I have to pay for a visit at the doctor, and my son can't go to school cause it's xan spread around others kids

Check in was quick and the lobby was immaculate. My hotel room was a bit tight for two queen size beds, but the room was comfortable and cool. The morning buffet was restocked quickly and the breakfast area keep clean. Overall great stay.

The location of this hotel is very good and it is well taken care of. Staff work hard and the property is clean. Overall, Best Western Plus executive suites is a good value. There is security patrolling the property so that adds reassurance that your vehicle will be safe.

way to close to freeway - way to noisy - very dirty unsafe area - homeless people camping out by hotel - found loaded bullets in hotel parking lot - stay away from this place - if they would refund my money it would be a blessing

It may have been in the fine print when I booked our reservation but, if so, I missed it.. at check-in I was told that they would be taking a $100 Security Deposit which would be refunded 3-5 days after our departure. I asked questions about it and the sweet girl at the desk just had the pat answers of “it's hotel policy”, etc.. When I asked how any “damage” might be determined by the hotel, she said it was up to the housekeeper to inspect the room the next day. Not liking this scenario very much I asked that our room be checked/cleared with housekeeping before we leave in the morning. Nope.. the she told me the housekeeping staff don't arrive to work until after check-out time at 11 am. Not only do they have $100 of our money, interest free, for up to 5 days.. we are at the mercy of the integrity of their hotel staff. We do not like this policy and we will not be staying at a Best Western again. (the clerk told me they have the same policy at all their hotels) Also, because we were feeling vulnerable, we video taped the whole room when we walked in so we have some evidence in case they try to charge our credit card for “damages”. The room is clean. There is water damage on the ceiling. The location is fine.

Room was stale and could use a good deep cleaning. We could hear people above us all night which got annoying fast. Be quick loading the elevators, they will close on you! The one by the front desk slammed on my uusband causing him to spill his juice on his shirt. Staff was friendly.

Loved the breakfast because it was a hot breakfast. Room was spacious and loved that there was a separate room for my older child. The pool and hot tub were inside. The only down fall had nothing to do with the staff, but there were a few people that couldn't mind their own business.

Not up to my perception of Best Westerns. The rooms and hallways need a major update. Very outdated looking. Breakfast was fine. Location was convenient for a cross country trip. Internet was adequate.

Stayed for two nights and had a wonderful king suite. Great AC with micr and mini fridge. Two TVs couch and desk. Roomy and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was warm and plentiful. Everyone was friendly. Lots of parking.

The check-in staff was nice and it was quick, family was tired and they checked us in with no problems. The rooms were super clean, beds were soft. sleep good. Breakfast, coffee was delicious, hot n fresh. the pool was clean. Well lighted parking lot. GREAT STAY...

Affordable and close to events. They accommodate well, by always giving us a room near the pool. Quick and easy reservation and front desk service to get to your room and relax. It's not the most luxurious of hotels but works for our short stays

Check in wasn't the best however the rooms where immaculate and breakfast was great with many options and a great attendant. Check out was better than checking in. The balcony doesn't have a full curtain to cover up the bright street light but overall a great stay!

Booked this hotel and had to sign a code of conduct, had a weird vibe and many people living there. Found out later it's used as a homeless shelter and still rented out to paying citizens without letting us know.

Welcoming and friendly staff, our two room suite, #310, was very nice and clean. We appreciated the roominess, two TV's, bedside outlets, working TV remote's, great wifi, comfortable bed and k-cup coffee machine. Loved having shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower, great water pressure, soft towels and the ability to crack the bathroom window for extra ventilation. Nice pool, spa, gym and water bottle filling station. Would stay here again.

Best Western is a great place to get peaceful rest in Albuquerque, and easy on the wallet, too. We like to stay here when we have stopovers between personal or business trips. Asking for an extra pillow is easy, too!

the front desk hostess was very pleasant, She helped us find a restaurant close to the hotel since we did not get in until after 6 pm, The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, The breakfast was good, a good variety of items

Don't stay here if you want to go to sleep before 1 in the morning. Our room was on the highway side of hotel and extremely noisy. I should have did a better job on selecting our hotel. To many other choices in Albuquerque further off the highway.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The people were very nice and even called us in our room to be sure all was going good. The pool and hot tub are awesome, could be open earlier though. The breakfast was one of the best we have had.

The hotel is located next to I-25 and close to Old Town ABQ. There are plenty of parking spaces and the parking area is well light and feel secured. Jill at the front desk was friendly, professional and efficient. Jill completed the check-in process in less than 2 minutes (impressive!). The room is large, clean, and well layout. The bed is soft and comfortable, I slept well after a long drive from Phoenix. The continental breakfast was simple with decent selection for food choice. I read some negative review about this Best Western and strongly disagree. This is one of the best hotel (location. price, etc.) to stay in ABQ. I would come back to this hotel and highly recommended to other travelers. Bonus point (if you are a Costco Member), the nearby Costco store and Gas is across I-25 and take less than 4 minutes to get there from BW.

Disrespectful employees at the dining area. The management condones this behavior because they do not know how to lead their employees and be positive role models. The leadership team at this facility should be terminated and all staff retrained on customer service.

The fire alarm went off 3 different times during the night! Once at 205am, second at 420am and a third at 7am. At the time of check out I was not afforded much of a discount for such an unpleasant evening of sleep. Especially since I had a 8.5 hour drive back home!

So I check in and I ask the person behind the counter about mask wear rules. I was told that there are no rules for masks. So in the morning I go to the lobby area for breakfast and unfortunately there is not much available. So, I approach the individual behind the check in counter to ask about breakfast since there was no eggs or sausage. This individual proceeds to yell and accuse me of having covid. She begins yelling out that I was not wearing a mask. I stated to her that NO ONE is wearing a mask because we are eating. This individual also waved her finger in my face and I told her that she was being rude and unprofessional by behaving in such a way. I was disrespected and insulted in front of about 40 people or more that were present in the dining area. Also, when this individual berated me, I asked for a supervisor and she refused. I asked for her name and stated that she is not wearing a badge and she refused to comply. Is this how you treat the customer? Really? At this rate you will not have a business when people begin hiring lawyers and make you pay for your treatment of people. Your manager should be fired for not being present. This individual should be fired for violating company policy for rude and threatening behavior and for refusing to comply with a reasonable request for a manager.

I have pictures of the filthy bedside lamps, stained bedspread and filthy water damaged doors. The sheets were wore thin. the hall to the rooms and the room stunk similar to cigarette smoke and pet smell mixed with stale air. The coffee urns at breakfast were filthy. It was a very bad night. I woke with a stuffed head, sore nose and back

This place was horrific. Worst customer service ever.. pathetic, really. Go to a motel 6, you're better off. Lol I'm not really sure what to say otherwise. 200min character but I could write 10,000 lol

From top to bottom our stay was horrendous. When we were checking there were three gift bags for guests to receive when checking in and we were informed that they forgot to make one for us, so we would not be receiving one, but we could get something from the snack wall. Weird way to start off. We chose this hotel specifically for the heated indoor pool and hot tub for a two night get away from our cold environment. As we were checking in I asked what time the pool closed and they said 10:00 p.m. not mentioning the fact that it was closed due to a broken heater. When we got into our room the tv remote did not work and the tv had no manual buttons on it. So we tried to call the front desk but the phone was out of order. So, no phone, no pool, no tv. We went down to the front desk and told them about the tv remote, and they said they did not have batteries on hand to change them out. No comment on the broken phone. There were 2 tvs in the double room, so we tried the tv in the sitting room but it said there was "no service." When we decided to just go to bed, we found brown stains on the sheet of out bed and the sound of the cars on the freeway was unbearable. No sleep at all! Our 2 night get away turned into one night that we couldn't wait to get away from!! We couldn't be more disappointed! The room itself was a nice layout...that is all the good that I can report!

She is always so evil and bitter and never has anything good to say. She should not be working customer service at all. I am never excited to check in when I see her working the front desk. Its a nightmare!

There is a real problem at this hotel - poor staffing - poor cleanliness, ill equipped rooms, a Very unpleasant place to stay. Disrespectful and untrained staff in hospitality - decaf coffee only in room, no sugar, no milk, telephone dusty dirt around the edges of the bathroom -

Do not stay here. Very noisy due to interstate. Staff does not care! Did not give refund knowing we were up since 3 am due to loud traffic noise. They do not have your best interest at heart, only money!

My stay at the Best Western Plus Albuquerque NM was very good. The room was large and quite and I got a great nights rest. The staff were polite, helpful and my safety and health were important to them.

The rooms at the Best Western Plus are what I expected from the chain--clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is ideal for getting around Albuquerque. The staff, with the exception of the housekeeper who was excellent, is horrible, particularly one staff member, Courtney. From the time we first arrived at the hotel until we departed, every interaction with Courtney was negative. She seems to feel that guests at the hotel are a nuisance. The complimentary breakfast is good, but the staff refused to restock the breakfast buffet 20 minutes before breakfast time ended, leaving members of my family without a number of items on the buffet. I stayed at this hotel a few years ago and is was much better. The owners of this hotel and/or the Best Western corporate office need to step in and correct the staff situation.

The front desk was friendly but that didn't override the horrible condition our room was in. The carpet was dirty. The couch was old and dingy. The curtains in the front part of the room were sagging and touching the floor. The bathroom door would get stuck shut and was damaged at the bottom of the door. The bathtub didn't drain when showering. I left my shoes on when walking on the carpet! It wasn't nice, comfortable nor enjoyable.

I would not recommend staying here. It has been a nightmare. Let me explain: Before leaving the hotel at 4:00am I went to the front desk and requested a complete room cleaning including bed linens because I had an allergic reaction to something in my bed linens and to me that means a cat had slept in my bed previously. My eyes were red, swollen, and watery and my breathing was heavy as a result. I explained all of this to the person at the front desk He noted the Room # and said it would be done. Upon my return at 6:30pm I entered the room and NOTHING was done. When I went to the front desk the "manager" said there was no one there that could change the bed linens that I had to do it myself. I said you are kidding she said no. I told her I don't change the linens at home on my bed I was most certainly not going to change it at a hotel. The "manager" went on to tell me that I should have brought the person who changes my linens at home with me. After spending an hour on the phone with Best Western Corporate Offices they said manager was alone at front desk and only options were for me to change linens or to change room but that was not an option. We had set up all of our things in room the day before, refrigerator was full, i am handicapped and It was too much to move. This was a ridiculous situation that Best Western caused and I suffered the consequences. I will never be staying at a Best Western again. I am insulted, outraged and disgusted with Best Western. Look at the pics. Do not stay here. It is NOT clean especially not Covid safe. I can not emphasize enough the disregard Best western has for its loyal patrons.

The main problem with this hotel was the staff both not being trained properly and not following the COVID protocols.While the physical aspects of the hotel were fine, I would not stay at this hotel again due to the staff issues. The front desk help was either not trained properly or just not very competent, as every day when we went by the front desk (including the day we checked in), there was a long line. It took me about 20 minutes from when I first came in to be checked in. There was only one person at the desk, and each person took a long time. My biggest concern was the staff not wearing their masks correctly. Almost every staff person I saw, with the exception of the person helping at breakfast, was wearing their mask below their nose and/or mouth, including one person who said he was a manager. This is the first Best Western I have stayed in that there was that problem.

We stayed here fir the Balloon Fiesta. This was not our choice, but a screw up by the Balloon Fiesta organizer, HBC Events. We were overcharged for the rooms, one room did not have hot water, screaming child next door to the extent that I called 911 and child services. Would not recommend

When we checked into our room we found it occupied. Not a good way to start the stay. After we checked out we found a thirty dollar charge on our credit card that we did not make. Upon contacting the motel they finally admitted it was an incorrect charge, but said it would take 35 days to get it credited back. I've never had a credit take more than 2-3 days before. We had a future reservation at this property which, based on this experience, we cancelled.

I pick this room because they were three of us and it had a sofa bed. Oh for bed what is lumpy I'm extremely uncomfortable. The air conditioning made the bedroom area freezing and did not reach the living room area with the sofa bed. The refrigerator was broken. The chair at the desk was broken. We were there during a festival that required us to be out of the room at 4:30 in the morning to join the festival and the grab and go breakfast supplied to us I was a miniature breakfast bar and a little bag of fruit gummy‘s. The hot water was only hot for one and a half showers at a time. There was no response to our request for any maintenance.It sits off the highway with nothing to walk to. All in all it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had and I've stayed in millions of hotels

Do not stay at this place. For over $250 a night it was horrible. The shower was in the bedroom, which didn't work or have hot water. Bedding was dirty. Only 2 little pillows on the bed. Just a crappy place overall!

Wait time to check in went from half an hour to 15 minutes then to 10 minutes. Then when I requested to see the room, there was musty odor going down the hallway, and then entering the room, still musty odor, old decor in room, sat on the bed and the springs bounced back, and you were almost sitting on the floor. Went back to the from desk, requested a different room, said there was none available. I then requested a refund, as I could not and would not spend the night in this hotel. The manage said she could not give me a refund until tomorrow11 Needless to say I was very upset, but had no choice but to leave and check credit card in morning.

As long as you have ear plugs that stay in and don't have to hear an alarm it's very good. Parking seemed relatively safe and the staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was good with eggs and not just donuts and cereal. Room entry was on inner hallway.

Kimberly (the front desk manager ) was extremely rude. Made the family and other guest feel un welcome . Had an attitude with my whole family . We tried to be friendly to her and she was still just rude! Will not rec9mend staying there if shes working. Our rooms were not ready at check in also . They hadn't even began to do our rooms .

Our experience before this was that Best Western had re-invented itself, upgraded a set of hotels and called them Best Western Plus. Not so here! This hotel had not been updated and was dark and dingy. Our sink wouldn't hold water and our bathtub wouldn't release water, unless you physically held up the stopper. Even though listed in its amenities, there was no hair dryer. We were told that they were no longer providing hair dryers. When we went to check out, the person at the front desk could not give us a receipt because their "systems were down". I don't know how old the mattresses were, but I woke the following morning with a back ache due to their discomfort. The soap dispenser in the shower was out of soap. I could go on. Everytime we turned around, new things were going wrong. Will not return to a Best Western Plus. There was no Plus here.

Located right off the highway with many stores in the area. The pool was a nice size but very cloudy as they were chemically treating it. Good hot breakfast served at 7 AM. What I really liked about this place is that all the rooms are suites. Well worth the stay. Check out Nexus within walking distance nearby for food & drink.

Of all the hotels that we stayed at on Route 66 and returning, this was the worst. It was hard to get to because of the construction near the entrance and onramp to the freeway. When we got inside, it was older. We were booked in a room overlooking the freeway, and we couldn't sleep because of the trucks braking. They moved us to another room, but the air conditioner kept coming on and going off noisily. The beds were hard. The only good thing about it was the young man who was running the front desk was very courteous, prompt, friendly, and helpful. He tried to do his best even though the hotel was pretty terrible.

BW Plus EXEC STE, Albuquerque, NM., 4630 Pan American. Good location, nice clean room upon arrival, great pool area ... went downhill from there. They told us that since we were staying for 5 days, they wouldn't be changing sheets for all days. Well, fine, expected but!!! Our in room phone was out, we reported it, out all 5 days, how convenient. They had left us 2 towels for 5 people. We had to get our own towels, own toilet paper, own kleenex by walking up to front desk. We had no house-keeping all 5 days. We had to take our own trash out. No usual magazines at all, no door tag (I guess since we had no housekeeping that didn't matter). This left me the worst impression of Best Western. If I was the owner I would be firing me some people. Oh, and no fan available, no hair dryer. Oh, yes, coke machine never in service 5 days.

This hotel was disappointing. The lobby and hall ways were kept to hot. The double queen room placed one of the beds right next to the AC unit and it blew cold air on the bed all night making it difficult to sleep. Beds were uncomfortable. Staff was a little surly. Breakfast was poor. Bread products not fresh.

Hall was a mess. Broken and dirty items in room. Is that blood on the lampshade or dirt? Let's play a game what is that stain over there. Water didn't know how to stay at one temperature. It was either what you set or scalding to ice cold. Fun fun

This Best Western “Plus” hotel fell significantly below the standard for other BW “Plus” hotels we have stayed at and should not be rated “Plus”. After a sleepless night on a terrible bed my wife and I left that hotel extremely disappointed. The room was reasonably clean but the furniture was very old and worn out. The couch has not been cleaned for a very long time and is extremely worn and dirty. The only chair is a desk chair that was worn out and the back was broken. The king size bed mattress is old, worn and extremely uncomfortable. The bed pillows are likewise old and uncomfortable. The bed sheets are no longer white and appear old and faded. The floor carpet is also old, worn out and very dirty looking. The air conditioner is so loud we turned it off during a hot summer night. I am confident that a Best Western executive would be extremely dissatisfied after staying at this hotel.

There was only the desk clerk on duty in the evening . There was a problem with out TV and she closed the desk and came to the room to look at it . Could not figure it out so said sorry and left . In the morning the breakfast service was short of food and drinks , and the counter clerk had to work in the kitchen as well .People checking out had to wait .

Excecutive comfort at a very competitive price. Srtategically located in and out 24/7. Get to the UpTown market in less than 15 min. Access to I25 in a jiffy. Plenty of gas stations and grossery shops in the immediate vicinity.

Light Switch had some type of debris on it. Wet carpet which I think caused odor in room. Chocalate found under sink while investigating wet carpet. Chip tile in bathroom which can cut a bare foot. I've had good luck with BW but not this one!

They had issues with the check in system all weekend. The cooling system in the hallway and “suite” were less than desirable. It was cool in the bedroom, but the room with the couch was hot. I don't believe there was any cooling system at all in the hallway on the third floor. I was expecting a lot more from the reviews I had viewed and it he cost of the hotel.

This is a basic stay, with good service, and don't expect the pool to be open due not enough towels I was told or staffing issues. However, the staff try their best with they are given. No plastic cups, of soap in the dispenser with basic cable. Could use some upgrades, but the staff definitely deserve a pay increase for moral.

Walked into the room and was pleasantly surprised with the amount of space throughout the room. It was also very clean. The size of the restroom was great and the water pressure was fantastic! I would definitely come here again!

I liked the location, central and easy freeway access. My room was clean and nice except that there was no hot water for showers here, just luke warm. The fitness center was closed up. I feel like customers should be warned if some of the advertised amenities are not available.

We walked in to the lobby and there were a handful of people sitting in the lobby and a couple at the desk. It was clear the couple - independent of each other - were having major issues with the hotel. One claimed he was given two different room and both were occupied. The lady was getting very loud regarding her double booking and subsequent lose of her room. It was a terrible situation. Meanwhile, the people sitting - all waiting to be checked in - could just wait and it was up to us to track who was next. At one point people had no place to sit. It was extremely poor service. We waited for 45-50 minutes to be checked in. Once we got our key, we went to our room. The room was decent. However, we needed the sofa sleeper and it was not useable. It was stained and had no linens. It was disgusting. We were concerned that in the middle of the night or really at any point a stranger could walk into our room as they appeared to be having trouble keeping track of available rooms. As we left the next day, the screen from one of the windows from the second floor had been pushed out onto the parking lot. We only stayed one night and will never return nor recommend it to anyone!!

This place was clean, the staff very friendly and accommodating and the rooms were large and clean. The only problem was the check in process took a long time because there was only 1 person at the front desk. It is along the freeway so a little noisy also.

No remote for the TV! Most the lights didn't work in the room! The ones that did I had to crawl on the floor to plug them in. Breakfast was a disaster, they completely forgot a few of us that they were having wait for eggs and sausage. Some had to leave without breakfast, while they served others before us!! So ridiculous!! One big mess!! I would not recommend!

perfect. great service, clean and comfy. parking was good. internet great. good breakfast and friendly staff. Plenty of towels, cups, tissue. We had a coffee pot, fridge and microwave so really all we needed. The mattress and bedding, including the pillows were all very clean and fresh smelling and comfortable.

First, the good points: the bed was VERY comfortable and the room was quiet. (We asked for a room away from the freeway side.) We were able to close the door between the bedroom and the living room part of the suite and this kept hallway noise to a minimum at night. The bad points: there were no wash cloths in the room nor were there any amenities (shampoo, lotion, hand soap....the usual). When I asked the front desk clerk for a few wash cloths, she offered what appeared to be a cleaning towel. There were cigarette butts littering the entrance to the hotel. I'm sure we will never stay here again.

This hotel has thrown the wife and I off of Best Western hotel stays in the future. We used to love Best Western but it seems that the quality of the hotels have dropped off severely and there is always hot water problems. This hotel decided to install new carpet in the hallways where guests were staying. The smell that permeated into our room was awful and kept us awake most of the night.

Several things in my room needed attention: No spindle for the toilet paper holder; Rubber sweep at the bottom of the door was coming off; Door stop was damaged; carpet and couch both looked tired. Only 2 towels provided for 3 guests; no blankets provided.

The check in and check out experience is always quick at this hotel's location. It is quiet even though it is located next to the interstate. There is plenty of parking and there is not usually a wait for the elevator.

We booked the Jacuzzi suite for two nights. Check in time is 3 PM on paper reservation. Arrived at 3 PM, was told check in time is 4 PM and room was not ready to come back at 4 PM. At 3:24 PM received call and was told we were not going to be able to get the Jacuzzi suite because someone smoked in there. Told them I could go get Fabreeze and we could still use it. Was told NO! They offered the King Suite, but could not tell us how much or if on house because of this. The manager was not there. When we checked in had to sign paper with the original amount in order to get room. Hot water takes forever in the sink and tub. Carpets are filthy. Was not happy. Tried to make reservations elsewhere, prices are like gas, they are so expensive you have to make reservations weeks and months in advance to get a good price. In the morning, the manager was not friendly, did not smile, was very short with us. We could not understand what she was saying. She gave us 25% off the first night and told us we had to pay full price for the second night, which was in the Jacuzzi Suite. The hot water did not get hot in the sink. It took forever for the water to drain in the sink and the Jacuzzi. I will not recommend this place to anyone!

I stayed in this hotel in December 2020 with my two kids as we traveled across country. We stayed in Best Westerns each night as we traveled. We had 4 bicycles on our car and each bicycle had two locks. I parked right outside the front door, with the strong parking lot light and the security cameras right on my parking spot and two of my bicycles were stolen. When the police arrived, the front desk clerk said she couldn't access the security feed, only the management could. I had to be on my way and didn't stick around for management, filed a police report and left. I never got my bikes back, never heard from the hotel, but I would FEAR FOR MY SAFETY staying here. How does the front desk person not notice anything? Not on the security feed? Maybe it was an inside job? Maybe the clerk knows people and informed them the bikes were there? IDK.....I'm clearly still upset my bikes were stolen. But right outside the front door and with security cameras? I would NOT stay here again.

The carpets and sofa in the room need to be cleaned. The sink hot water took forever for it to get warm. The breakfast was hot and very limited. Cannot eat in serving area. I would not recommend this to family or friends.

Stayed here one night / room was clean; breakfast was hot scrambled eggs - made individually. My only issue was that there were staff with their masks under their chin. The sound of I-25 was loud at night.

was very quiet but found pieces of cholate on floor and the toilet ran off and on all night, my fault got in late from driving all day and did not report until check out. if you do go here ask for room close to lobby as your room keys are not allowed to open any of the exit doors you can go out but not come in. ice machines worked on third floor but not on first or second floor.. the place did not feel like home to me

Great hotel and staff! Always feel comfortable staying here. The elevator is quick and works as it should unlike many other hotels I've been to. They seem to keep up with maintenance of the property and its clean.

Everything was absolutely perfect, except there was trash all over the parking lot. No one seemed to be picking it up because the same trash was blowing around when we checked out. Otherwise, loved it!

The young man at the front desk seemed not to be too enthusiastic welcoming arriving guests, but he does the job. When I booked through the BW website, I asked for a top floor room, but that was ignored, then fixed at my request again during check-in procedure. The room was hot and the A/C not working, until I figured out that the unit was not plugged in. The fridge was not working either, until I discovered the un-pluged power cable. The king bed suite was spacious and looked as advertised. The table had stains and food markings on it from previous guests and the TV in the living room had no signal connection. The TV in the bedroom worked just fine. Trash cans at the side of the entrance were over-loaded with trash and food items spread on the floor. I was pleased that the hotel staff cooks a full breakfast and delivers it to the room as requested. Choices included eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal and good coffee. Muffins, breads or bagels were not available.

roaches when we first got in. she cancelled my reservation without contacting me, even though i notified i will be having a very late check in. mystery stain in my kitchen. room service was condesending. all amenities were shut down, even the business center, and breakfast was in a papersack with not very good food. i think price of the hotel should have been lowered since all amenities were out of commision and since we did not have a whole breakfast like normal.

I broke my finger by a faulty door slamming shut on it I was charged for something I never got I never stayed at the property and still I was charged. I was treated like I was staying with relatives "(not wanted or welcomed") the GM wouldnt talk to me after 4 request

No fitted sheets. Also, they used queen sized sheets on a king bed. Thus, they did not properly cover the mattress. No bath bar for shower. Only had a liquid dispenser in the shower. Lighting was dingy and dim. outlet at sink was loose and did not work properly..Faucet in shower works backwards. When turned on (counter-clockwise, it is hot and graduates to cold when turned further counter-clockwise. I would not stay here again.....

The check in and check out processes are fast. The employees who work here are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. The pool is usually full, but we don't usually use it so it doesn't bother us.

Hotel was hard to get to due to how the driveway is along the freeway. Breakfast was good but could have been better. Overall room was nice as was the indoor pool and hot tub. Check in was easy as was checkout

This hotel was amazing. The rooms are decorated very nicely in modern decor. The breakfast was varied with lots of cold and hot options. Great location next to lots of amenities and the highway. The parking lot is closed off to the main road allowing a secure place to park your vehicle overnight. Check in and out was a breeze. In addition, we had an issue with one of the rooms through our own fault and Melissa fixed it within minutes. Next time we are traveling thru Albuquerque we will stop here for sure!

We really like this hotel since it is an entirely suites hotel, and we have stayed here a number of times. Each suite has a "living room" with a desk, couch, applieances and TV. and a separate bedroom with a door between which is very handy since my husband likes to stay up and read for a while. This appears to be an older building, but the rooms are very clean. The King bed was comfortable including comfortable pillows. The duvet is a bit light, but the heater is adequate to keep even me warm. The room was nicely appointed and has the usual accouterments.... TV with a range of channels, free Wifi that was reasonable, microwave and fridge, and had a small table adjacent to the couch. They offered a nice evening snack when we arrived including soup, fruit. and yogurt along with cookies and coffee. There is a full breakfast bar. The location is convenient to I-25 and a number of restaurants. Do note that the access is a bit confusing since it is very easy to end up back on the interstate rather than on the service road where the hotel is located. You need to ask for the luggage racks since they are located in the room with the ice machine. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.

We stayed at this hotel off of Montgomery Blvd. Very clean and lots of room for a large family. Breakfast area is small and has limited seating capacity. The front desk staff was so friendly! Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

This a wonderful hotel! Great, friendly service and clean rooms. We've only once had a problem: our key card stopped working. The hotel staff quickly tried to fix it and when they couldn't they immediately moved us to another room. They have since upgraded their key cards. We make sure to stay here every time we visit our favorite city- Albuquerque! Breakfast is also always great.

A nice hotel with a clean comfortable rooom, but lousy internet, so-so breakfast, a pucity of roll-carts, and inadequately lighted entrance-way off a dangerously unmarked entrance road. Dangerous to cross oncoming traffic at night onto an unpainted, unmarked road leading to the site.

We had an excellent time. Clean room nice staff very pleasant, breakfast was excellent had plenty to choose from. Room was clean and had plenty of space, I would definitely recommend this motel to anyone staying in that area..

we recently stayed here and our experience was absolutely wonderful! The staff were so nice! Anything I needed they were quick to make sure I was helped, such as extra towels, blankets. Also the hot breakfast was so yummy! We will be back.

The hotel is one we have stopped at before. On our way to the destination we decided to rest at this hotel again. This time it was the best visit ever. The front desk was beyond friendly and we stopped on taco night. The food was awesome and it was extremely quiet for a great nights sleep.

The room was a huge suite and had two TVs and lots of room to spare. The facility is located right next to the Interstate and there is constant noise from cars and trucks day and night. Not a great choice if one is a light sleeper.

I was looking for a safe hotel with comfortable accommodations and free breakfast. We were very happy to find this one. it was reasonably priced at the time we visited and had plenty of availability. the pool and hot tub looked amazing, but we didn't have our suits, or we would have enjoyed some time in the hot tub. Breakfast we good with the usual hotel free breakfast choices: eggs (scrambled and hard boiled) bacon, sausage gravy and biscuits, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, pastries, yogurt....coffee was good. We would have liked a restaurant and bar on site, but the closest place within walking distance was a brew pub. The food was good, but limited. We cannot eat the real hot spicy stuff and that made up much of the menu. I don't drink beer or wine, but I settled for a shandy that our waiter made for me and it was good. The hotel staff was professional and we had no problems. Would stay here again as long as the price is within our budget. I guess the price varies with the season and local events. The room was very nice! Clean and spacious. There was a sitting room with a sofa and separate tv. The king bed was very comfortable and the pillows were soft. there is a Keurig in the room, but the powdered creamer made the coffee less palatable.

While the accommodations are adequate, management is terrible. I tried to cancel my reservation due to a family situation and they refused to work with me. I am a rewards member and have always had great customer service until this facility. Find another hotel to stay at while in the area.

Great location we were in town for the balloon festival only 4 ish miles from festival. Hotel was quiet and most part clean hall carpet was very dirty. Rooms were dated a bit but not bad, over priced. But other then that a great stay easily located off the highway.

Not the usual place we stay when in Albuquerque but decided to try something different. We were assigned a room when we checked in but when we got to the room a maintenance man was in it doing some work in the bathroom. He was surprised that the room was assigned since he was not finished with the repairs. He tried to call the desk to get a different room for us but could not get through. I finally walked down to the main floor and told the clerk what had happened. She readily assigned us to a different room and apologized for the mix up. The rest of our stay was fine with no other incidents.

First, this hotel entrance is hard to find! Our GPS had us going blocks out of the way even when we could see the hotel! Use your phone maps it just easier! OK about this hotel- The front staff was nice/helpful, the hotel was clean, the room was small for a hotel that called "Executive Suites" our room had a small loveseat (2 cushions) crammed into a spot between the wall and a half wall that separated the bed area the lamp was stuck in one corner behind the loveseat. The breakfast was the usual hotel fare.

Great customer service, but didn't have complimentary water as provided in all other Best Westerns we visited, and charged $1 a bottle at front desk. Rooms large & spacious, but soap dispensers in bathroom were empty & only a bar of soap provided (no other shampoo or conditioner as in other BW hotels). Nice pool & hot tub. Two conveniently placed elevators. Would stay here again.

The location sounds convenient, but it is beside/behind storage units and not near restaurants. The entrance and exit situation is confusing. Parking is limited, especially for pickups with trailers or large vehicles. BUT, I do feel it was a very safe place to stay.

We've stayed at this property twice and can say we were pleased both times. The property is old but appears that it's had an exterior upgrade recently. The check in and breakfast area seem to be recently updated as well. The rooms are clean but old and dated. We stayed in room 329 which is the only room on the north side with a balcony and the view is AMAZING! Theres really nothing around this hotel so you'll have to drive for meals and shopping. If you're looking for a place to get some rest you'd be happy with this property. Thank you Best Western for a nice stay!

We had a very large King Suite with a separate living room area, balcony, large toilet/tub/shower room with excellent shower controls and constant temperature water supply, plus 2 TV's. The tub/shower was just a prefab plastic unit but was spacious and the shower head was terrific. A negative in the bathroom was the soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers stuck on the shower wall took quite a lot of force to actuate and actually caused the wall to deform slightly. And, there was no night light in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, although we had to turn off the AC on this very warm night because it was so noisy and only a couple of feet from the bed. And, no, earplugs did not help at all. We did ask for a room away from the highway to minimize noise and outside noise was minimal. Our room faced away from the highway, but the downside was that our view was basically limited to the tops of a large array of storage units - not a good way to enjoy the balcony. We reported a problem wherein the message light on both phones would not stop blinking, and were informed that this was a known problem with their system. So, fix it! The hallways were a bit dark at night, but seemed okay during the day. Perhaps higher wattage light bulbs would help. Breakfast was plentiful and a large variety of items was available. Internet access was simple and provided excellent performance. Overall, this was a pretty good stay and the price was very reasonable.

Very poor accommodations such as no stationary bar at side of toilet, inaccessible soap dispensers, very low bed, side of bed not accessible. No way to control temp in sofa room. Parking was at far end of hotel from the room.

It was unfortunate on this trip that the shower would not drain due to a drain plug malfunction. This is atypical for Best Western. For the past four years, every stay in a hotel has been with Best Western. I am sold that they are the most consistent and best value of the chain hotels in America.

Nice large rooms and many choices for breakfast. Good access to freeway. Includes a large inside pool which was very clean. I wash not crazy about the air conditioner near the bed however it was not noisy.

This was one of the best Best Western hotels I've stayed in. Starting with the front desk staff, excellent, friendly and helpful. The restaurant next door was really good, I considered staying here again just so I eat at NEXUS (restaurant). The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Highly recommended.

We didn't get the room I reserved. They were full so could not change us and we could not cancel. The room was old and across from a dim indoor green water pool. I was so annoyed after paying for a room with two beds to get a room with one bed and a pullout couch. I will never stay at another Best Western. They are just too old.

When we arrived the staff did not honor our reservation request for a room away from the highway noise. We asked for an upgrade and were put in a Jacuzzi suite. This room had a strange layout in that the Jacuzzi tub was in the room - it was enclosed with glass walls and the only shower was in this tub. The toilet was in a separate room and the sink was in the hall. The tub had no hand rails and was difficult to get into and out of because of the glass walls. The AC was loud as it cycled on and off during the night. Upon arrival, as we are Diamond Select members, we were not asked if we wanted our gift or extra points. Usually this property is fine for us, but this stay was below our expectations.

We've stayed here several times. It's a well-run hotel, very comfortable and serves a great breakfast. This time we came with a trailer and parked in the back lot at the hotel clerk's suggestion. We were naive, ignorant and unlucky. Thieves attempted to steal the trailer and when that failed they broke into it and stole part of the contents. Of course, we reported this to the police. We don't blame the hotel, but since this commonly occurs in Albuquerque, a warning would have been nice. We won't bring a trailer into ABQ again and stay overnight at any hotel.

Check in experience was unacceptable. I prepaid and the girl at the front was in a hurry and couldn't wait to get me out of there. Didn't tell me where the fitness center or pool was. I had to ask what time the breakfast hours were. Went into room and it was nice until we found a stain on the pillow a little later on at 7:20 pm, in which I called the front desk (It was that same girl who checked me in). She said they would get someone to my room to get me a clean pillow. We waited an hour and no one came. Then we decided to go to the "fitness center" (pictures attached). Came back to the room and my brother said no one ever came to exchange the pillow. I ended up having to go to the front desk myself. The guy up there that time was nice. The fitness room is located inside the pool area and had no cups or towels. The pool had no towels until it was about to close (9:30pm). Check out was even worse. "Sierra" was EXTREMELY RUDE". She asked me if I wanted to charge my credit or debit card when I was checking out. I asked her, "What are you talking about, I already paid". She then rolls her eyes and said, "I know you already paid but do you want to charge your credit or debit" I had to repeat myself to her and she looked up my room number. Then replies, "Oh you prepaid online. It's cause another customer got really mad". No apology, no nothing. Just a rude receptionist. Very disappointed and will not return.

My mother in-law was booked for the wrong night & thankfully the person at the counter did their magic & got a room for that night when the hotel was booked. I was so thankful. Great service, clean rooms & great hot breakfast. Thank you Best Western for making my stay enjoyable.

We were there for 13 nights. Very comfortable all around. Only complaints were the breakfast area was too small & crowded & need more laundry facilities. I think there could be more than 1 washer & dryer for this size hotel. Could also use a table in the laundry area.

This is a beautiful property with amazing rooms and amenities. The suite we had was LARGE and comfortable. The minute we walked in, we wanted to stay a week instead of just one night. The staff was over the top in making our check in perfect! The breakfast area was spacious and clean and the food was great. Our granddaughters had a wonderful time swimming, and we were given a late checkout so they could enjoy the water a bit more before we had to leave. I am looking for reasons to return to Albuquerque just so we can stay there!

I had a very high stress business trip to ABQ and had made reservations directly through BW Plus Executive Suites. A great young man took my reservation and made sure I was a rewards member before I hung up. Great service and friendly staff made a very tough week less stressful. Clean, modern and comfortable spaces helps immensely. Breakfast was hot and plentiful each morning and a great way to start the day. Overall I was very pleased with the room amenities...so much so that I didn't want to leave to go work out at the fitness center. It was a perfect stay. Thanks BW ABQ! Job well done!

We enjoyed the location and amenities of the hotel, but the room decor is in need of an update. The front desk staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent. There were restaurants near by for dinner.

Not the normal NICE CHECK IN STAFF WE MEET AT BEST WESTERN. Bring your OWN TOWELS . These were RAGS & at 11 pm I did not feel like going down to get more . Their price is higher than other brand motels we spent the next 2 nights with in Albuqerque .

Very good, Quiet, Felt very safe at this location, the parking lot was safe and the security guard was always handy. Rooms were clean. Air conditioner worked good which is a plus. Easy access to the interstate and local restaurants. Affordable.

very clean. Staff and Housekeeping very nice and attentive Cable in rooms need a channel guide!!! we were in a suite, and the bedroom TV had NO guide, or name of channel you surfed to. The living room side the TV had what the channel name was when you surfed but there was no way to tell what programs were ON on either TV. Most annoying for travelers or anyone. also the room doors SLAMMED...and all night you hear other guests doors slamming.

Nice clean rooms and good service. Big pool for the kids and a nice place to workout. Location is good for travel as it is right off of I-25. No issues with overnight theft that is usually a concern in Albuquerque.

I will make it short the staff at this hotel had no clue as to what was going on. Stopped by on my way through and told hotel was full, however parking lot was almost empty. Went on website and made a reservation which again the front desk person COULD NOT LOCATE, had to call the 800 number who called her to help find the reservation. Hotel is located close to expressway for easy traviling.The room was amazing, clean, up to date. Slept soundly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and neat. Will reserve rooms again when returning to Albuquerque, NM.

Made a reservation with the call center for this hotel and was looking forward to staying here because of the good reviews. But to my surprise I found out that the hotel was not going to honor the price the call center gave. They raised without telling us the total amount for our several night stay $100.00 and refused to make any changes even though we had an email confirmation of the lower agreed upon price. This was further complicated by customer service and agents on the phone. They did not consider the customer and they each told us a different story. I could not believe the poor service. We cancelled our reservation and will not be using best western again. So do beware of your price at this hotel.

First class Hotel Always my first choice. Easy to find location. As a Loyalty member I always have an easy choise for a top quality hotel. Avalable in most town as well in Canada as in United States. Always rent in BW Plus

Wife and stayed here 2 nights. Staff was rude when arrived at 1:30 pm. . They said check-in is 3:00 pm. There would be no rooms available prior to this. You mean not 1 room prior to 3:00 pm and then all of a sudden all rooms are available. Terrible breakfast. Ran out of literaly almost all food on a Friday AM. Bread, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, juice machine out of order. Tables and chairs were dirty. The 3 office staff personnel just stood around and laughed and visited. Finally I told them of the problem. 1 person said I guess I'll cook some more sausage and eggs. They came out with 6 sausages. Very Dissapointed with this place. I surely will not be back.

The rooms are very nice and spacious. The pool is clean and big. The employees are very nice and helpful. Pet friendly which is very nice. Breakfast is good with different choices. Hot or cold breakfast.

Location was right off the freeway and close to many points of interest and restaurants. The property had a decent size pool and hot tub. Our room came with a tiny area with a sofa bed and tv. Was kind of disappointed the room wasn't a little larger. The lobby and breakfast area very small also. I would have rated higher but feel carpets need a good cleaning/ shampoo. The hotel suited our needs. I would book again.

Our stay was great, love the indoor pool and hot tub. Everyone was nice. Front desk clerks were quick and friendly. We didn't have any issues with the service. We found the location of hotel great also.

Our rooms were very comfortable, close to each other and quiet. The pool was amazing; it got a little loud but the staff made sure it was closed at 10 pm. The front desk staff was very helpful while checking-in. They answered a lot of questions for us. We will stay here again.

Always friendly staff (especially our breakfast hostess); greeted us warmly with smiles and answered any questions. They totally accommodated our family coming in at different times of the check-in day for our stay this go-round (we had a family reunion for our Mom's 90th Birthday)! Such a pleasure!

Clean. Great Keurig coffee in room. Breakfast better than other brand hotels but not a good as some Best Westerns! Beds are okay. Lots of room as it's all suite. Really hard to get into from the east or west!

Great place to stay, clean rooms, friendly staff, off I-25 Plenty of parking space , close to everything, you have to get in the access road to get to it but is worth it , there is a Nexus bar and restaurant that has crafted beers and an excellent menu, Pulled pork sandwiches with sweet potatoes are great Overall Great hotel

The hotel was nice, beds were comfortable and rooms were much larger than I expected. The pool was also much bigger than many hotel pools. Only complaints I have were that the hot water never got hot - only lukewarm, and we were there from Friday night to Sunday morning and hotel was not crowded. Also there were no towels by the swimming pool and we had to use the towels from our room. We liked the location because it was centrally located for our purposes and easy to find.

Everyone from the front desk to the night security guard are professional, friendly, and helpful. I've stayed here many times and each has been the same - wonderful! I feel safe too whether I'm with family or by myself. I would highly recommend this property for anyone staying in Albuqerque. It's one of the only places I'll stay.

the suites are well outfitted with sofa-bed own tv,small micro frig coffee maker etc bath good space all around ,bdrm queen or king very comfortable mattress with another tv makes it nice ,the better plus is free breakfast rather good selection,DON'T forget to tip the cook she works really hard and makes sure everyone happy!!!

great location, convenient to many of Albuquerque's attractions. It is adjacent to I-25, great for easy travel. The hotel is clean and well maintained. We loved the suite arrangement, and enjoyed the free breakfast.

When looking for a last minute hotel in Albuquerque, New Mexico I happened on this one and it turned out to be great! I almost booked a different best western nearby but chose this one instead because it had a free breakfast. Upon arriving late at night I was greeted by a very friendly front desk clerk. Checkin was super easy and quick, I was placed on the third level with in a king balcony suite. I unloaded my car and walked to the back entrance struggling with all my stuff and when I got to the back door a security guard on the other side noticed that I was having trouble and help me with the door, which was very nice(side note, even though there was a security guard there this was by no means in a sketchy area, I think he was just there because the owners/ managers care a lot about guest safety). I went up to my room and was surprised at how nice it was. It was a two room suite with a king bed in one room and a sofa, tv, desk, and refrigerator/ microwave in the other. I think that sofa was was also a pull out bed. The room was very clean, I only noticed one small stain on a drape. The bathroom was spotless, I usually have issues with hotel bathrooms but not this one, towels and sheets smelled clean. I definitely enjoyed my stay here and would stay again if I was in this part of New Mexico again!

I have stayed at this hotel before and it was fine. So I decided to stay again when passing thru. Unfortunately this stay was different the lady who checked us in was nice. The TV in room is small and the pillows are small and not comfortable. We went to bed that night and woke up in the morning only to find out our truck was broken into at night. We reported it to the hotel employee who didn't seem to care and was just like call the cops. We did that. Unfortunately I will never be stating at this best western again

Very helpful! Extremely nice and pleasant people to deal with. Met our every, need! Even provided a toilet seat riser for my Mom who is 85 yrs. old. Very thought full!!! Great location, excellent management and staff!

Really enjoyed staying at this Hotel. It is a great option to stay there for longer than 24 hours. Love the option of having a coomon area separated from the bed room and an extra TV. It was all very comfortable.

Great place to stay. The staff is Wonderful and very professional. Breakfast is great with a variety of options. Beautiful property with great management. Beautifully big pool and spa. I highly recommend.

I have stayed at better. I would love to stay here again, however, could not get answers when I needed them. I enjoyed the balcony and the pool/hottub experience was wonderful. Hard to get service that is always expected in great hotels.

Great room. Actually two room suite. Very comfortable beds and plenty of room. My daughter likes sofa beds so she stayed in the front part of the room. She had her own tv there, although the picture didn't fill the screen. Not a bother, though. The rear of the room had two beds so my wife and I could spread out. I'm a tosser and turner when sleeping so the separate beds was nice (we have a temperputic at home). The tv in that area was the opposite. The picture was too large for the screen. Photos attached. Again, no big deal. Fridge, microwave and a Keurig type coffee maker in room. Breakfast was typical of a lot of chains. Scrambled eggs and sausage. But it looked like there was a fellow there that could make omelettes. Oh, a waffle iron and a variety of breakfast breads, cereals, fruit and yogurt. The pool was down for maintenance but we were too busy in Albuquerque to use it anyway. The only drawback was the key lock entry. You have to wave the keycard in front of a disc which had to be done just right. Once had to get the key reprogrammed. Just didn't work. One last thing, after purchasing a soda in the lobby, my daughter noticed the expiration date was 10-22-18. She bought it on 8-28. It was still good and the next morning we informed the front desk and they removed the remainder of the expired drink. Location for us was perfect. Most places we were going to was nearby and I25 was adjacent to the property so access to further places was not a problem. All in all, pretty nice stay of two nights.

Front desk staff was very nice and the rooms (suites, actually) are well equipped. However, soundproof windows would be nice as there is a lot of noise from I-25. Also, there were a lot of people having breakfast and the service person wasn't really up to the challenge. Quite a few people had to wait a while until scrambled eggs, butter etc. were refilled. I understand that sometimes it can be a bit much but it's nothing that a hotel with lots of rooms shouldn't be prepared for.

Centrally located (although, at times pretty difficult to get onto Montgomery with the entrance to I-25 less than a block away if you were headed East to the mountains). Enjoyed our stay with a clean suite (bonus for having a separate "living room" with a door) and microwave and fridge there as well. Nice breakfast (even has a waffle iron for fresh waffles) and friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay!

Everything about my stay at the best Western in Albuquerque was excellent! The room was very large, the breakfast was good, check in and check out were seamless! I would recommend this property! Also, the cleaning staff were very accommodating.

Happy I chose this hotel. I had a large comfortable space and a refrigerator to keep our drinks cold. A omfortable separate bedroom with a great A/C and heater unit made the me sleep great both nights. I was able to use the pool and hot tub and that was relaxing. Breakfast was fresh and prepared like a buffet. So it was easy to get your pick of what you want and how much you might want.

Heads up! I made a reservation through hotels.com for this property. I had to cancel the reservation before the cancellation date. When I got my credit card statement I noticed that they had charged me for the reservation prior to the cancellation date. This is against Hotels.com policy. I was refunded my amount however no one notified me they were going to charge me and this is a really questionable policy.

stayed here 28th of august the staff were pleasant and accommodating on leaving we checked there was no charge as our travel provider had all ready paid for the room and were told the balance was zero on returning to the UK WE HAVE FOUND that they have charged us $140 dollars incorrectly and still after confirming this was incorrect by them have refused to refund this money (three weeks in and numerous international calls) Leave your card deatils at your own peril - CREDIT CARD FRAUD/ABUSE

We found this to be a very nice and clean hotel. Easy to find, and the personnel were professional friendly. Good variety for breakfast. Close to all that we business and shopping that we were looking for.

Staff all nice and friendly. Breakfast was above average and always staying on top of fresh coffee, fresh scrambled eggs and hot bacon and sausage. Maintenance crew nice and helpful as well as front desk and manager being professional. These hotels needs better security because this is the number one city in America for car burglary and theft. Ac in room emits lots of extremely dry air and noise. Cleaned door handles coffee filters and remotes in room upon initial room inspection. Manager stated they are trying to get better security here, but will possibly drive the price up. Still giving decent recommendation to stay here, just be sure to not park in the back and don't even leave a charger in your car for thieves to get tempted.

The hotel room AC unite was too loud could't sleep with it on or watch TV with the unit on.Staff and Breakfast area was A+ .Best food quality and service ! great job guys! The Pool area and lobby was always very organized.

Mattress needs to be replaced. Spa didn't work well, Room was clean but the window to the hallway was strange. Breakfast was good. Unit really needs to be refurbished. Access to the hotel entrance was terrible.

We have stayed here before. Always clean rooms,helpful staff and a great breakfast with real eggs! We like to stay here as it is close to a brewery we like and we can walk over have supper drink and walk back to our room. The staff is always great.

A regular guest of this property have liked the room set up and they have remodeled a few times during the years we have stayed there and finishing up one currently. The staff overall is friendly . Breakfast good. Beds nice . Would stay again. Sometimes lots of families stay with the indoor pool so can be busy. Their rates have gone up quite a bit is only negative.

My room was great. third floor, suite two tvs, fridge, desk couch and easy chairs. Very inviting Breakfasts were fine...like the coffee and waffles.Staff was friendly and accommodating. On the other hand, an older couple had their car stolen from the parking lot while I was there.Police arrived, showed professional concern, but the staff stayed hands-off. I asked about night time security. There is none. Parking is at your own risk, as is walking from your car to the entry door. Other hotel chains provide 24 hour security, BW has nothing except floodlights in the parking lot. As I said, ABQ is a dangerous place these days...

The staff at this hotel are amazing. The room was clean. The parking lot is not safe to walk through at night. The hotel was shot by a car-jacker during my stay. The bullet entered the wall of the building on the third floor inches from a window. The view of the lot/front door is obstructed by a storage company next door. The lot needs a security guard at night to deter criminals and keep the staff/guests safe!

This hotel is not what you would expect for a Best Western Plus status. Room is ok, but air conditioner is funky. Elevator is too small for their luggage rack. The outdoor pool is extremely small. The free breakfast takes awhile and coffee must be like gold. Front desk couldn't tell us where other eating establishments were. The only plus experience was the lounge and band. I'd try some other hotel before this one.

Albuquerque Best Western Plus Executive Suites is an odd sort of place. On the plus side, It has suite rooms, so each room has a separate area with extra beds or a sofa-bed, large desk and TV. After passing through another door you find the bathroom sink on one side and a room with the toilet and shower on the other, then past the bathroom are the beds and dresser with an additional TV. Both spaces also have a microwave and small fridge, which is great for large families with adults and kids who want separate areas. The extra space is nice if you need it, especially if you need divided spaces, but if you just want a regular room you're out of luck. There is also a plain bug large indoor pool. The oddities include a window in the "office" part of the room that opens onto the hallway. Why anyone thought guests would want a window view of the wall across the hall is beyond me. Another oddity is that the quality and furnishings of the rooms is about on a par with Days Inn and Super 8 hotels--fiberglass shower stalls, low-grade carpets, drab furnishings, a very small breakfast area off the lobby, etc. With the word "executive" in the name I was expecting something like a business-class Marriott Courtyard, but it's not even close to that quality and it definitely draws the large family crowd, not business-oriented patrons. The free breakfast includes self-made waffles, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, yogurt cups, and fruit--nothing out of the ordinary.

My family and I stayed here one night while passing through Albuquerque. It's an older property that's been remodeled, so it doesn't have that light, open, airy feel that a newer properties would have, but it has been nicely updated, and it's clean and comfortable. The rooms are quite large, and include a small "living room" space when you enter that has a couch, desk/chair, refrigerator/microwave, and TV. Passing through a doorway, you'll find a bath/vanity, two queen size beds, dresser, and another TV. Perfect for our family of 4. We slept inn, so we didn't have the breakfast, although I did grab a couple cups of yogurt, some pastries, and coffee before they stopped breakfast. It was a fine choice for a one night stay for our family, and the price (from priceline.com) was very good.

in a year this place has gone way down in customer service, first place in over 27 nights not greeted as rewards member, only offered points, not cold water on hot day. gave us room 126 where they knew the AC was noisy and a problem, then gave us better room across the hall. last year we were invited to park our bikes underneath and told about a free bike wash area, this year Robert has night girl tell us after 9pm we have to move our bike, I had to get out of bed and dress to do it. place was not full as it has been in my previous stays, TV in bedroom worked intermittent, was told they are changing providers, but channel selection very poor. maybe two stars is one too many, bikers stay away, so much for the Harley/BW specials, Robert, shame on you, and please do not respond with some specious sorry to meet your expectations-you knew exactly what you were doing, if not, get another job, we will not make the same mistake next time in Albuq. yo owe us a free night! somewhere else.

I've stayed at several hotels in the Albuquerque area over the years, visiting 2-3 times per year. I tried this hotel due to the convenient location in North Albuquerque and because it is a Best Western Plus property - I've had good experiences with those. The king suite is spacious with a "large" mini-refrigerator that has a freezer compartment; this allowed me to refreeze my freezer packs and hold my meals that I had packed for the next couple of days. The separate living area is nice - sofa, TV, desk and chair - with a solid door between it and the bedroom to keep down the noise. The bedroom has a separate TV. The door to the suite opens to an interior hallway, which also reduces noise and heat. The lavatory is in the bedroom, so it can be used even when the shower or toilet are being used. Everything in the room was clean and in working order. I didn't try the pool or hot tub, but it looked nice. Will give it a go next visit and have the niece and nephew give it a review. The full breakfast was nice. Friendly staff. Planning to stay here again.

Clean and comfy beds. Cold a.c. and hot showers. We overslept if that tells you how comfy we were! Pool was perfect temp. The spa jets were broken though. Staff was a young man and he was very helpful and professional. Hotel offered laundry service. I would stay here again!

A bit unusual layout of the room, but comfortable, clean and well maintained. Shower was among the best we have experienced on our travels. Once past the time kids were about, the hotel was quiet, the beds a little soft for us, but acceptable. The included breakfast that is standard for Best Western was standard,but again, acceptable. Checking in and out was a breeze.

Delighted with our stay. The suites design allowed my husband and I separate spaces while we were working. The room is large, clean, well appointed. Bathroom is large with a nice shower head. Bed was very comfortable and the black out drapes were very dark allowing us to sleep in. There are lots of outlets for charging all of our equipment. TV is decent size with lots of channels offered. The location is great for cross country travel. Staff has been very pleasant. Green Mountain Coffee in the room. Cookies offered on arrival. Large breakfast with a wide variety of offerings was the perfect way to start the morning. I highly recommend

Nice hotel. Looked like an older hotel that had been remodeled and added onto. Doors separating bed from couch area isolated any hall noise. Had a big pool and spa. Breakfast was good and available early (6:00 AM) which allowed us to get an early start on the road. Location is 2 miles north of I40 on I25 so it was convenient to get to/from.

It was a very nice hotel and staff was wonderful. The location was kind of tricky since there is no light and heavy traffic to cross. Close to freeway but no noice inside hotel. Wonderful breakfast and easy check out.

My family and I had a 3 night stay with this property. I selected it based on its location but was worried about its proximity to the interstate and noise. The hotel room was very quiet, however, and the quick access to all locations we needed to travel to were excellent. As an airline employee who travels often, I understand what it takes to make a pleasant

After driving all night we were exhausted and arrived in Albuquerque in the morning. We called to see if there was any way we could get an early check in. To our surprise they said yes! That was just the beginning of a great experience! All of the staff was extremely friendly, and the food was great. They even had warm cookies in the evening, which were such a treat! The location was very easy to get to, right off the freeway, and there were sooooo many food options close by! Will definitely be staying here again!

I have stayed at this hotel before and have always had great service. This last stay was just awful. I will not choose this for any future stays. I do hope they can turn their level of service around for others that choose to stay here.

Very relaxing and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. I wish we could have stayed another night, next time we will book at least 2 nights. I am very picky and a clean freak and I had absolutely no issues with our room.

Love staying at this Best Western!!! It's located near great restaurants and centrally located for my business needs. The service is always superb and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. Breakfast is always hot and delicious.

for the night, it might have been a bit pricey but the suite was worth it. Close enough to walk to a restaurant and sidewalks available for others. very clean rooms and the beds are super comfy. Breakfast the same BW breakfast but it's an A for consistency. Having ice water available for travelers would be so nice.

The front desk lady was a real friendly and helpful person. Check in was a breeze. The lobby area appears very clean and inviting with lots of snacks and coffee. The room was clean beyond my expectations, the bathroom the same. The bed is quite nice and inviting, real soft. Air conditioner is great and quiet. The room is quiet. I will stay here again next time I am in town.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Easy access to I-25. Room was very clean and we were given plenty of clean towels every day. Lots of homeless people wandering around ABQ, but the hotel seemed secure. I loved the breakfast buffet, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, muffins, it was all very good. Free WiFi, nice big TVs, and sanitary remotes! I would recommend staying here to anybody.

Our stay was just lame. First there was the endless battle about removing state tax from a room paid for by the federal govt- citing NM state law, and apparently ignorant of the Supremacy Clause. Particularly annoying since the Best Western at the airport in ABQ managed to remove it last week with no trouble. Meanwhile no coffee cups in room... defeats the in room coffee maker concept completely, gym doesn't open until 7am which is ridiculously late in the morning. What business traveler has time to wait until 7 to START a workout? Can't run on the road as it is essentially a glorified I25 entrance ramp/ frontage road for miles. They manage to get breakfast going by 6 why can't they open the gym door? Because the desk staff doesn't even have a key and the thing is accessed through the pool which is hard closed to the room keys until 10am. Room was clean. Staff were nice. But that could have been said of a $40 Motel 6 too since the amenities were unavailable and lowered this place to that level.Really not impressed. Pretty much over Best Westerns entirely after this trip. ??

I have found this hotel as a great place to stay while in Albuquerque. It has always been very clean, well kept, and comfortable. I always need a reliable high-speed internet, and have been pleased with the service they provide. My wife and I use this hotel anytime we are in Albuquerque, especially north of I-40. And the easy on and off of I-25 is just an added benefit. We really enjoy staying at Best Western Plus Executive Suites in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Check in and check out went without a hitch, room was great, no arguments over TV with two choices and desk clerk remembered us when we returned for another night a week later. Buffet breakfast was very good.

Based here for our stay in ABQ. We were there to hike and the location could not have been better, really close to the Sandia mountains. Lovely big room with separate sitting area. Very pleasant staff at reception. Housekeeping was terrific. Nice hot breakfasts which fueled us for the day's outing. Breakfast room attendants worked hard and kept everything replenished. Please remember to tip them and the hardworking housekeepers! Good Wifi as well. Only quibbles and they are minor: the wastebaskets in the room were tiny, need to be larger. Also on the 3rd floor the shower really never got really hot. We'll be back and will stay here for sure

We liked the accessibility of the hotel, the extra doors in the room (king suite) really kept out any noise, so we slept well. The showers are not made for people over 6'0 - - low show ceiling and shower head. The breakfast was pretty good -- I was not feeling especially well, so the strawberry syrup on the floor that looked like blood was kinda grossing me out, but when I told the front desk, they said it wasn't a big deal. And it probably wasn't, but I was grumping about it. For whatever reason, there were a lot of smokers (like 5) outside the front doors at breakfast, so every time the doors opened, the smoke came into the breakfast area. Again, maybe not a big deal (especially if you're a smoker), but since I wasn't feeling well, it bugged me. We did not have time to use the pool or workout room.

The staff was friendly but the hotel is not well run. They were out of towels, the blanket for the pull out bed was missing from the room and they also said they were all out of blankets. The ac unit in the room was very noisy not connected to vents so there was a separate noisy fan you had to turn on the have air flow into the suite.

Enjoyed my stay at the Best Western. I was here for a conference - the location was convenient and easy to get too, breakfast was nice, rooms were clean and comfortable. Stayed here last year and will stay again.

Great value, as they honored AARP discount. The staff was friendly. Nice location-- easy to get to off the freeways. B'fast was good with lots of hot and cold offerings; just hard to keep stocked with demand on weekends. We'd stayed here to and fro our snowbird trip to Arizona.

We stayed here for girls night out. I picked this particular hotel becuase we've stayed here before and had a wonderful stay. Everything was good except for some small issues. The furniture in the living room wasn't the greatest. I was a bit dated, and the pullout bed wasn't comfy. So I stuffed the couch cushions under the cot mattress to get some support.(as u can see on the pic) Plus, there was no blanket or comforter for the pullout. So I used a blanket that I beought from home. The coft felt lumpy and wirey. The wood floor had a large scuff mark and appeared worn out. The table wasnt very comfy either. It was a cheap bar stool wire thing. With no softness, just a cheap plastic mat. There was no hair drier in the room. Which was a disappointment. The room was clean and roomy. And kitchenette was a nice surprise. The breakfast buffet downnstairs was filling and had a good selection of items. The staff did a good job keeping the food stocked. The front desk lady was helpful & was always cheerful when we checked in & out. Overall it was a nice stay, but needed some improvements to get a higher rating from me.

This was the best Best Western Plus we have stayed at. Excellent customer service, clean room, great Keurig coffee maker and the ONLY usable sofa bed in a separate room that we have found and which is why we book suites. Thank you for providing what you advertise.

this is great for 2 week visit location good in all directions,.draw back is getting out heading east on montgomery.you'll learn the semi-circle!certainly would not want to stay more than 2 weeks.you would find larger 1/1 units for rent on airbnb.their is also that draw back of not physically seeing unit as to how it is described, do your homework the ne corridor of abq are the only ones we stay in ,unless your business takes you to town ,if so stay at the embassy !

Clean hotel, great location, exceptionally helpful staff. Nice pool and hot tub. Fitness center fair-treadmill caused static shocks when running and elliptical made loud clunking noise with every rotation. Good breakfast.

This location was perfect for our needs. The room was clean, the staff pleasant. Sadly, when we opened our window, we discovered that at least 2 rooms near us had smokers smoking on their balconies. The smoke came right in to our "non-smoking" room & we were forced to close the window. We made a complaint to the Front Desk, with no visible outcome.

The staff at this hotel are amazing, kind and do a great job. However, the hotel, besides the lobby, needs updated. The halls are dark and dingy. The rooms seem like they are very dated. Overall, it was an average hotel.

Older establishment, but clean and very friendly! All rooms have a small living room with sofabed and seperate tv. Sink is located outside of the bathroom which is nice for multiple people. Beds are nice, and breakfast was as good as you would expect from best western. I would recommend!

Nice large room with 2 queen beds and a separate sitting area. Fairly easy to get to from the highway. The pillows need replacing though, they weren't comfortable. I booked using a daily special and got the room for under $100, excellent value!

I had a single bed suite on the 2nd floor. This hotel is located next to the freeway so the views are not that nice. The noise from the freeway was not as bad as I expected. I could only hear the cars with aftermarket exhausts. The room was a little unusual with having a window facing the hallway. It has a foldout bed in the entry with a TV, and a TV with the bedroom. Neither the bed or sofa were overly comfortable, but I sleep on a foam mattress at home so it would be difficult to get a bed that meets my standards in this price range. Overall, the room is new. The fridge is clean without any weird smells, the drawers are spotless, the wallpaper is unscuffed, and the air unit looks like it just came out of the box. The thing I appreciated most was the size of the toilet seat. For the price I paid it was fantastic.

As always. this hotel is our go to place to stay in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA. It has a wonderful staff, convenient location, easy on-off access to I 25. The location is close to almost everything we need and like to do in Albuquerque, without having to get involved with the traffic congestion downtown or the confusion and traffic jams located around all of the malls and shopping places in the area. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. They always go out of their way to make our stay the best possible. This is one reason we keep coming back to this hotel. The beds here are very comfortable and snuggley, which makes for a very restful night's sleep. The place is always clean and well maintained. The breakfast is better than the usual hotel breakfast .

wanted a fun night with the kids and this hotel was great! Has a good size pool and the room was nice lots of room for the kids to enjoy themselves. It is really close to the movies and tons of good places to eat.

Easy access to places in ABQ. Breakfast was the usual buffet but very fresh. Chocolate chip cookies on arrival exceptional. Staff nice and helpful. Grandchildren enjoyed the swimming pool. Great internet

Located just off an exit on I25 and near the I40 - lots of noise from heavy traffic on interstate. Suites are spacious, bed was very comfortable. Only one restaurant within walking distance but an excellent one if you like local brewery and pub food - Nexus, featured on the Food Network's "Diners, Dives and Drive-ins".

The gals at the front desk were very helpful and friendly, answered all my questions in regards to charges, room and rewards points. And, I appreciated the fact that I got the room and floor I asked for. The place was quiet and everything looked very nice. I also enjoyed the breakfast

Great hotel and location. We had the Jacuzzi room which was great after a long drive. The hotel staff was great and very courteous. Fairly standard breakfast, great for prepping for the next leg of our journey.

This hotel was recently remodeled, the upgrade was very nice and added to the overall appeal of the establishment. This is my favorite place to stay in Albuquerque. I love the suites and their configuration. The linens are always in pristine condition, I like the new in room coffee brewers. If you are looking for a hotel room in Albuquerque, this is the place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay. It was my Birthday, & it was pleasant. I got a good night's sleep, the beds were very comfortable. The only thing that I felt needed work was the Hot Tub, the jets weren't strong at all. I'm not used to that in a BW Hotel. Please have those working with POWER to make it worth getting into. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. Thank you.

Great location, quality facilities, exceptional value, and outstanding breakfast too. We are repeat guests and stay here quite often. The hotel has been tastefully redecorated. Only downside is access during rush hour.

I booked on TripAdvisor got a great last minute deal and it was worth it. We had a wheelchair accessible room for my grandmother and the only thing I would have changed is a more handicap accessible bathroom. Breakfast, pool and staff were great. Back parking lot could use a few more gates or cameras being where it is located at. Overall great experience.

We stayed here three nights over the Thanksgiving weekend. The suite room was a nice size and we did buy prepared food to keep in the small refrigerator and to heat up in the microwave. We also used the coffee maker in the room. We used up our decaf coffee, but the front desk was very helpful getting us some more. Our microwave worked one night but did not work the next night, but the maintenance employee was pretty quick getting it replaced for us, which was very nice as we were trying to heat up our dinner and we were hungry. The bathroom was also a nice size and stocked well with towels. The vanity is outside the bathroom so someone can use it while someone else showers. The vanity and other furniture and décor were clean and modern. They only have a few rooms that have balconies, but we got one on the side of the building facing the mountains and it was nice going outside to see the sunset on the mountains. We live in flat country, so it is nice to see what are big mountains for us. The breakfast is pretty much the standard fare that all hotels put out. Because I consider most of the food a bit unhealthy or too sweet, I rarely eat any of the breakfast food, except for maybe having a cup of orange juice. I do not like the eggs in a box that all these hotels have switched to. I would much prefer the hotels allowing us to decide if we want to pay extra for the breakfast or not. I thought the room rate we were charged was higher than we usually pay for a hotel room, and because I ate no breakfast, it would have been nice if we could have paid less. The hotel is well located with a good restaurant a very short walk on the north side and a convenience store a short walk on the south side. Residential areas are east of the hotel, so there's grocery stores and numerous eating places east. The hotel has a large indoor swimming pool, which we never use, an exercise room, and the WiFi worked well in our room. All employees we interacted with were very nice and helpful.

A very well taken care of property. The 'suite' rooms were huge. Clean and well appointed. The employees were super helpful and friendly. Just a little confusing getting into the parking lot coming from the south as you have to cross over several lanes of traffic rather quickly. Will return!

Was disappointed with this location, it overall felt like any other hotel rather than the higher standards at most Bestwesterns. Its an acceptable place to stay but it doesnt stand out. Guest services handeled issues acceptable on departure.

‘Love the layout of this suite! Easy to leave work in one area, sleep in another, with shower and vanity in-between. Nice, quiet stay with no interruptions or noisy neighbors lol. Although a little tricky to get to the first time, this hotel is so convenient! Quickly hop on freeway and arrive downtown in less than 10 minutes. Definitely recommend!

Staff very helpful with the rooms requested. There is a very good full breakfast available till 9:30 am. Was good for us because we came in after midnight so we could sleep in and still get breakfast..

This hotel is conveniently located just off I-25 but we did not have any road noise and our room faced the expressway. The price was good, the staff friendly, the breakfast typical but good and the beds were very comfortable. There is a brewery/restaurant just behind the hotel, very easy and felt safe to walk to. We had a small issue with the shower but other than that had a great 2-day stay.

Have stayed here multiple times, will always stay here when I'm traveling this way. A little tricky access to get in but easy freeway access when leaving. The Nexus Brewery with a soul food restaurant is within walking distance, excellent food.

The hotel was one of the best I have stayed at this trip with so many amenities from a hand shower and slippers for the guests. The staff were always ready with a friendly smile and quick to be of assistance. They have a good selection of fine restaurants with in a few minute walk.

This Best Western Hotel is just off the I-25 North freeway and just a couple of miles north of the I-25 and I-40 interchange. The rooms are modernly fitted and the King Suites with a jacuzzi are especially nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. A good place to have a get-away weekend with your mate.

Comfortable stay, and well maintained. Breakfast was fresh and had a lot of 'extras' that are not at all hotels. Beds were very comfortable, staff was helpful and friendly. Near interstate but not a lot of traffic through the street or parking lot. Would stay here anytime that I am in Albuquerque.

Spotlessly clean rooms, great restaurant/brewery within walking distance, quiet location, friendly staff. The view is not fantastic, but price is reasonable and the amenities are nice. Although we were traveling as a couple, this would also be a great place to stay for families.

I had a two night stay. The beds were comfortable, it was clean and the showerhead was good in the shower. The lay out of the suite had a window facing to the hall. The window was cover with a sheer curtain, so people could see in with no way to change it at night. The décor was outdated. The food and breakfast was great. Price was high for the quality, I was expecting more updated room. If price was lower it would be great for families. All in all a good stay.

What a great hotel for the price. We paid $37 less for this BW Suite than we did at a BW in the St. Louis area. Great breakfast and compfy beds. Very helpful staff!! I highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

Older property, convenient location, spacious suites. Standard complimentary breakfast. would not opt for the whirlpool suite that was offered as an upgrade. It gave the room a very odd configuration.

We were travelling to San Antonio and so stayed the first time because of convenience. We stayed again on our return trip because of the excellent experience we had received. The room was comfortable. I especially appreciated the suite style with a door that could be closed between the living room area and the bedroom.

Average hotel with easy access to the highway. Front desk clerk was friendly. Our room did have a bad smell upon entering but we were so tired we just opened the window. We tried calling the desk with some questions but never got an answer however It was a busy Saturday night. Breakfast was sub-par.

I frequent Best Westerns and was surprised the amount of repairs the room needed. The shower head squirted on the ceiling and walls, in direction water should not be flowing. This has cause the paint on the ceiling to bubble and needs to be repaired. The drain was VERY slow, and the sink could not drain unless I manually pulled the drain plug out (YUK). The bathroom threshold was broken. I reported all the problems in the morning before I left, so I'm not sure if anything was fixed. The the positive side, the breakfast was good, and the indoor pool and spa were in working order.

The rooms, which have a sitting room in addition to the bedroom and bathroom, are larger than most of the other hotels in Albuquerque. The sitting room has a couch and second TV, which could be handy if traveling with kids. Pros: larger rooms, price, friendly staff, clean rooms. Cons: getting to the hotel from I25N, no pillow choices, carpet worn, exercise facility. Information: the BW is near busy I25 and if you have a room that faces the highway it may be noisy. Ask for a room that faces away from 25. Getting to the hotel from 25N can be tricky. Once you exit the highway at Montgomery you immediately have to cross three lanes to make the left turn onto the road with the hotel. In traffic it's impossible so just continue on Montgomery until you can safely make a u-turn. Hotel has an indoor pool and jacuzzi (I used neither), and a small exercise facility. The single elliptical was malfunctioning (I brought this to the attention of the receptionist). Breakfast is standard continental fare for a 3* hotel. The pillows were all the same - firm and high which I found uncomfortable. And the walls are thin. If your a light sleeper ask for ear plugs. Bottom line - this is an average ABQ-area hotel but it has enough pluses that I'd consider staying here again.

Although clean.. its old. Old nasty looking sofa bed in room. terrible view from my balcony. poor breakfast. weird windows next to the doorway. meaning theres a window next to the door way when you open the door its a hallway not outdoors. awful smelling soap. Staff was friendly though .

Large suite to make possible to work while other guest is sleeping A visit in this Executive suite will make you a customer for all your next trips. My best quality/price experience. Plenty of parking space to make possible a meeting for a large group. Many good restaurant around the hotel. Good distance from main highway to provide quiet space but easily accessible.

Very nice place to stay. We were there for the balloon festival and found it to be very comfortable. The staff is helpful and the breakfast was terrific. The location can be tricky to negotiate especially during high traffic times.

My wife and I had two extended stays (6 days and 5 days) at this hotel in September and again in early October. We stayed here twice mainly because the location was ideal for our needs. However, if location had not been such an important factor we would probably have tried a different hotel for the second stay. During both stays the lobby and front desk area were undergoing a major re-construction, which we did not know about until our initial arrival. The front desk and breakfast area were a temporary arrangement in what is normally a meeting room. It worked, but was not as nice as I'm sure it is, or will be, when all the construction is done. It would have been nice to be informed about the situation in advance. The hotel, in general, is nice – especially for the price. However, be aware that they seriously jack up their price for special events, like the Baloon Fiesta. We paid an average of about $108/night, but during the Baloon Fiesta the price of the same room goes up to over $250/night. This Best Western is attempting to compete with some of the other mid-range hotels, like Holiday Inn Express, but falls a bit short. The room was clean and comfortable, but there were some signs that maintenance is not a high priority. For instance: > For some reason, it takes considerable time for hot water to reach the sink faucets. Our first room had NO hot water to the sink, and the maintenance man couldn't figure out why. We had to change rooms. There appears to be a glitch in the plumbing. > In one of our rooms the cover on the air conditioning controls was broken off, and the closet door was missing. > Shower/bath drain was partially clogged. By the end of the shower you're standing in 3-4 inches of water. > The desk chair did not adjust well to the desk. I had to put a pillow on the chair as without it the desk was nearly at chest level. > In one room the tray in the microwave oven had been replaced with a tray that did not fit that oven. We made it work, but it was awkward. > It seems that stairwells are not often cleaned. On our first stay I noticed some dirt on the stairs, and it was there the entire week we were there. The breakfast was not on par with other, similar hotels we've stayed at. The best part was that they had scrambled eggs and bacon, ham or sausage patties every morning. The cereal offering was average, pastry was very limited and mediocre, and the orange juice was lousy (more like Tank than real juice). Fresh fruit was also limited and rather poor quality. On the plus side, the room was clean and comfortable, wi-fi worked well, and the housekeeping staff was friendly, and did a great job. If you're sensitive to traffic noise, ask for a room on the side of the hotel facing away from Interstate 40. The other side does have some noise from Montgomery Blvd., but it's not as bad as on the Interstate side.

After being on the highway for two days straight of course I looked on my phone to check the Best Western app and of course I stumbled upon one it mediately .9 miles from where I was. I must say I have a really enjoyed myself the morning I checked in the lady was so sweet I want it fresh shell eggs she made sure to get them scramble them and cook them for me just like I want it everything was fresh and the company was very good. I found out a lot about the city through her and also the lady that check me in. The pool and jacuzzi was excellent! I didn't really get a chance to do much sightseeing because I enjoyed myself right on the premises. Also when I checked out the gentleman was very informative about places to go things to do which I took a lot of his suggestions and it just made my trip even better. I really felt comfortable there and I will be back! Thanks a bunch!

The hotel was in the final stage of a LOBBY remodel and the check-in and breakfast area were all in the same room. Even with this going on the staff did a fantastic job of dealing with it. Really great people.

Under construction still but nicely remodeled. Clean, comfortable, spacious room with nice amenities save for powdered creamer with coffee maker in room. Nice hot breakfast with lots of breakfast options.

We stayed in a two room suite with our children with connecting doors. We always stay at this property when in Albuquerque to visit with our families. It's very spacious and clean. They offer a full breakfast in the mornings and 24 hour coffee and cookies in the afternoon. The property has a huge indoor pool, and weigh room. I would highly recommend this property to everyone.

The rooms, staff and breakfast were fantastic. We will return here each time we come through Albuquerque. Thank you for your dedication and obvious managerial decision to make your hotels welcoming and inviting.

Excellent hotel EXCEPT Lobby was all blocked off due to construction (not told in advance) and we had to enter in by the back door and walk the hall to make-shift, which was also used for breakfast and very noisy and dusty. The Lobby had been beautiful before being torn up

As retired people we travel a lot, and stay in Best Western as often as we can. This place was beyond a doubt the worst BW we have ever stayed in, including ones in very small out-of-the-way places. The fire escape was blocked by construction. When I reported it to the front desk, the counter agent was very unconcerned. She said she knew nothing about it. Additionally the sheets had stains on them, the curtains were spotted with something red and the bottom sheet would not stay on the bed.

The clerk that checked us in (sadly, I did not get her name) she went above and beyond the call of duty, She was very professional and efficient as well as Suzette, the clerk that checked us out. We will definitely be coming back!!

We stayed here while spending a day at Acoma Pueblo. It was centrally located and easy to find. Our room was very comfortable. It had two rooms and included a refrigerator and microwave. We couldn't have been more pleased with it and the value of the room. It had a large swimming pool and hot tub which we didn't get to take advantage of, but it looked really nice and clean. Our breakfast was fine. I would recommend it to others.

First off no one told us that the front desk area was under construction, second, how can they call themselves "Executive Suites" as there is nothing here for the executive. I understand that hotels/motels have to do some upgrading to their properties but the staff not informing the guests about construction being done on one of their properties is just NOT RIGHT. The one girl that did check us in, the maintenance man who helped us up to our room with our belongings, and most of the housekeepers were very pleasant. The breakfast was o.k. but the eggs were cold, coffee was very strong almost bitter. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The doors on the rooms did not stay in the locked position so you had to slam them shut. We had to have the maintenance man come up and work on the door so it would close easier but apparently everybody else's door had to be slammed shut so we had to put up with that. This Best Western was terrible to get into from the freeway, very confusing for someone from out of town. Like I mentioned before I understand construction and the inconvenience but have the common decency to tell your guests before they make a reservation so they can make the choice of weather they want to stay there or not. The

My wife and I had the pleasurable experience at staying at the Best Western Plus motel in Albuquerque, NM. The whole experience was delightful and I have no reservations in recommending it to other travelers to Albuquerque.

The hotel is being up dated and the room they put us in had already been done. It was clean and the bed was comfortable and the room looked nice, the staff were friendly and nice and very helpful,,the outside of the hotel is very well lighted for security at night, it is kinda hard to get in and out of the street leading to the hotel as far as traffic, but if you go right out out the hotel you can use the traffic light at Jefferson to navigate your way around, if you use montano it is best to turn right only But that will get you back on the highway .Good Hotel Good Staff Great Location it is best to stay on the south side of the building away from the highway for a quieter stay..

After 9 days on the road, this hotel had quiet rooms, comfortable beds and was near restaurants etc; only complaints? The darn fan-attached-to-bathroom light that was terribly loud; I understand the need for removing moisture, BUT, sometimes a person would like to use the bathroom during the night, without waking everyone else.....

3rd time in Albuquerque. This was the first BW in this city that was a plus. If we come back to Albuquerque, we know where to stay. Loved everything! Definitely would recommend this Best Western Plus Executives Suites, Albuquerque!

TV in living room and in bedroom, so my wife and I could watch different programs. Good, average breakfast choices. We chose two nights and I am not sorry even though it was too close to the loud freeway (we kept the fan on, which worked pretty well to drown out the traffic). This hotel is rather difficult to find easily.

From the time we checked in to this motel to the time we left the staff was very helpful in every way. We like the location because it was easy on and off I-25. Stores and Restaurants were close by and View of Sandia Peak was beautiful. Will come back again.

Everyone here at this Best Western hotel are wonderful, caring people. They were all helpful and made our stay very nice. This hotel is one of the few in Albuquerque that have some suites with jacuzzi tubs in the rooms. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very spacious. This is the hotel we always go to if we need a place to stay in town or just want a place to escape the normal routine. It is also the hotel we recommend for our out of town guests. It is convenient and centerally located to most attractions and entertainment venues in Albuquerque. The rooms are quiet, even though the hotel is located next to I-25.

Every year I take my family on a weekend trip to New Mexico and we stay at this hotel. Love the service, the rooms and the pool. The only downfall I have is that we always reserve 3-4 rooms and have a hard time getting them all next to one another. The staff is friendly, breakfast is awesome and the grandkids love the pool. We will return again next year and hopefully many more.

Very new clean hotel. Views aren't good but try for a suite with balcony. Very Quiet location. Nice lobby. Has guest laundry facility. Wish I could have stayed longer.. Very reasonable price. Bed like new.

My son and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is nice inside, very comfortably appointed and has a friendly staff. However, I would probably not stay here again for 2 reasons. There is no restaurant in close proximity. I am a runner, and I did not feel safe running in the neighborhood surrounding the hotel. If these are not important for you, then I can recommend this hotel.

Our room was very comfortable, clean, roomy, and pretty quiet. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. The bed was soft which was good for my liking but a little soft for my husband. It was right off the highway which was good for our stay as we were there on business. Did hear some highway traffic at night but I just turned on the fan and did not hear it anymore. We will stay there again when we are in Albuquerque.

We were on our way home from a family reunion and this place was very comfortable and accommodating. The hot tub didn't look very clean though. And you only had one towel in the pool area for my grandchildren.

We stayed in several Best Westerns on our roadtrip with our 7 year old grandson... This was not our favorite but it wasn't the worst... we did not take advantage of the breakfast because we wanted some good hot food..

For this being a Best Western Plus, it lacked in quality we find in others. The lobby was nice. The bed was not as comfortable as other places we have stayed and ALL the pillows were lumpy and the room had a musty smell to it. There was fresh blood on the shower curtain which really was upsetting. The traffic is like sleeping in the middle of a speedway.

Room 125 had slugs in the room, they gave us a small discount at check out room 112 the shower faucet didn't work it would not get to a hot water spot Breakfast was good except the biscuits were in a tortilla bowl and were cold

We have stayed at this Best Western multiple times. The rooms are always neat and clean, quiet location even though on I-25. It is close proximity to many great restaurants at the next exit on I-25. The morning free breakfast is plentiful and filling. We will always keep this spot as one of our favorites.

Overall the room and service was good. I experienced three power outages in the evening but was never told what or why. When I asked they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. Don't let this stop you from visiting because otherwise it's a nice hotel.

Large comfortable rooms. 1 tv in living area and 1 in bedroom. I would definitely stay here again. Variety of breakfast items - everything was fresh and hot. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Room was very clean and I appreciated knowing the TV remote was cleaned after every stay.

We stayed in Pueblo the night before at the same price as the BW+ Executive. The difference was night and day. Everything was in working order and clean. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was plentiful and fresh. It was a pleasure to stay here and we will do it again.

You'll find a great price and a friendly staff that serves a terrific breakfast! For Albuqueque the price is right for a good location if you are traveling I 25. The Best Western appellation means something when it comes to management, quality and cleanliness. Just wish the pool wasn't closed for a very thorough cleaning when we arrived.

Only a one night stay for us, but it far exceeded the place we stayed headed through Albuquerque the week prior. Indoor pool is nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable, equipped with fridge, microwave and a desk for those business travelers. It was quiet all night, combined with black-out curtains provided for a restful sleep. I thought the pillows were a little lumpy but that seems to be standard for most hotels now. Breakfast was great! Oatmeal "bar", biscuits and gravy, toast and bagels, sweet rolls and muffins, eggs and sausage, cereal selection, fresh fruit, waffle bar. Would stay here again if we come through Albuquerque again.

Stayed here the last night of a 10 day 10 state road trip. I can honestly say that our stay here was the best room for the money on our trip. My wife was very excited for the large large jetted tub in the room. She was not disappointed. The water was hot hot and the jets were very powerful. The breakfast was equally good and they had chicken soup ready for us at check in! Don't miss this one!

Clean and well-appointed guest rooms. Very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast offered a good selection of quality items. The hotel staff were prompt and courteous and even called her room after we had settled in to make sure that we were comfortable in the room was satisfactory. Hospitality is obviously a priority at this hotel; we were even offered hot green chili stew upon arrival! We will stay here again if we have the opportunity.

Hotel is easy on and easy off freeway (I25). Room was very clean, wife usually carries a can of lysol to spray room, did not have to use. Usual continental breakfast. Close to many resturants, minutes to Old Town.

This was a repeat stay with our grandchildren. Very enjoyable. Staff is very helpful and friendly. This is a convenient distance from both our Arizona home and our family inColorado. We would recommend the suites as the perfect size to accommodate our grandchildren.

I highly recommend this hotel. It was such a pleasant experience. The rooms, front desk service, cleanliness and breakfast were all amazing. The beds were so comfortable you don't even want to get up. The breakfast has a wide variety and was delicious. The price of the room can't be beat.

I've been fortunate to travel all over this country and have stayed at some very nice hotels and have stayed in some really bad ones. I made reservations at this property kinda by mistake because our travel was somewhat last minute. To keep this short this property was much better than expected. My experience with a Best Western/Days Inn type property has been a roll of the dice at best but this Best Western was nice. The rooms are dated but were very clean and The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The only real knock against this place is There aren't any restaurants within walking distance but there are several nice restaurants just a mile north. Other than that I would recommend this hotel for a few nights stay. The price was right and they did a wonderful job. THANK YOU Best Western for making our vacation enjoyable!

Would never stay with this motel again. Best western of Albuquerque nm on pan American staff was very rude and I ended up not being able to get a room for fifteen hours later at another motel and best western ended up charging my credit card

It's odd that there's a window looking into the hallway, but the room and bathroom were clean and spacious. We were on a road trip, so we got hot showers, slept in comfy beds and the hotel was quiet. Breakfast the next morning was great too!

Very dated. Rooms tend to be dark and cramped. Ok for a night or two. We still had 2 days left in our stay so checked out early and moved to another hotel. Staff is very friendly and beds are comfortable enough.

We were pleased with the location and the quality of amenities. After having traveled for a long time, it was nice to rely on a convenient place to lodge for the night. Overall, it was a very good value and we appreciate the consistency that Best Western provides.

We actually booked at another BW, but after one miserable night, called the Executive suites and was able to get a lovely king suite for the rest of our trip. The room was clean, well appointed with fridge, microwave, all toiletries, and a quiet AC. Our housekeeper did an impeccable job of maintaining our suite for the 4 days we were there, and all requests were dutifully carried out. We didn't have an opportunity to enjoy the pool, but it was clean and the area was well maintained. The dining area is small, but there was always plenty of fresh fruit and hot breakfast items available, including a Belgian waffler that allowed guests to make their own waffles. We enjoyed our stay and would choose this hotel again.

Pool is cloudy and cold. Rooms are clean, paint and wallpaper on the walls was done poorly. Not a great place, but not a low quality room either. Would stay here again if no other chains are available.

The room was fine.Everything was clean and the bed comfortable. Took advantage of the breakfast the next morning. No waffles but everything tasted good. The front desk helped with restaurant suggestion and times to visit Sandia Peak. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The ac is too small to cool the size of the rooms with 100 degree temp. Outside. Could not get the room cooled down. The bed brand is not consistent so could not sleep comfortable. Staff does not smile and greet you with a warm welcome.

When I travel to Albuquerque I will always stay here. Staff is amazing and perfect location. Rooms and pool are very clean. Love that they have coffee, tea, and hot chocolate you can make all day. One thing that would be nice is sever breakfast longer on the weekend.

The front desk staff answered any questions we had concerning our room payment. The room was clean and the bathroom was big enough for our 2 kids and 2 adults. We love the beds and our kids feel at home when we enter the room because they known the hotel and we stay near family.

This was the weakest of several Best Westerns we stayed at during a cross country road trip in June 2017, but still made for a decent place to rest for an evening. We ( family of four) had lots of space in the huge two queen suite with living room. The room was clean and the beds fine. The breakfast was also fine and the staff very attentive busing tables and keeping everything stocked. The hotel is also just off the interstate. The downside is that the hotel is really showing it's age. The decor is an odd mix of Southwest and traditional European that seems to have been done in the 1980s. The rooms were dark, with the living room having an interior window to the hall, which meant keeping the curtains closed for privacy. The carpets seemed worn. The drain in the bathtub did not work right ( to be fair, we did not contact the front desk). The elevators are small. It seemed like a lot of the rooms were empty, breakfast was subdued compared to other hotels ( which could be a good thing) and there was a sense of something well past it's prime. The staff was good and seem to be doing the best that they can with a dated property. We will most likely stay somewhere else the next time we are in Albuquerque.

We usually stay in Hampton Inns on Interstate trips but none with a suite were available in the area so I gave BW the first chance in a while. I used to stay at BWs a long time ago but had had too many poor experiences with a few great ones. This is a remodeled hotel that did not put enough into the remodel to charge a price that was not that different from a Hampton Inn and Suites. Instead of my express check-in or bypassing the front desk altogether with digital key as with many Hamptons I instead was the only person at the desk who had to wait for the employee to finish other tasks that I guess were more important than helping a guest. One of these was putting away a box of the little shampoos and conditioners. Upon entering the hallway I was slapped in the face by the smell of some sort of disinfectant. It smelled as if someone had spilled a 55 gallon drum of carpet freshener on the carpet and not vacuumed it up. The furnishings in the room were new but looked as if they purposely picked out the cheapest possible new version of each piece. Breakfast was OK and checkout also involved a trip to the desk as auto checkout was not available. Maybe I will try a BW again in 20 more years. If this was a plus I truly want to avoid the ones without a plus.

We stayed overnight here. Location was kind of tricky to get to but convenient near restaurants and highway. But it was very quiet. We were however surprised how big the room was. Breakfast was decent.

I'm sorry I don't remember names but the front desk staff at checkout and departure were great! I was extremely tired, I was just riding in from Tucson on my Harley and the front desk Clerk let me park my Harley by the front door in the light. Also, she was polite enough to listen to my wining about my soreness. I was so pleasantly surprised! That meant everything to me! The next morning at checkout I was asked if I enjoyed any particular part of my stay; I said yes, I did appreciate the gesture towards my bike's safety and would tell everybody that you are Harley family friendly and that I am happy to do so because I work in a Harley-Davidson dealership. I will send you every traveler I talk to. Thank you again!

The lobby of this Best Western was impressive and although we didn't get to use the pool because we got there so late, it was a pretty pool. We stayed in a queen suite which was very roomy. The beds were so comfortable, I didn't want to get out. It was the best night's sleep I had in a week!

A very nice hotel, great rooms and amenities. A good breakfast. The staff attitude could have been better and the pillows were too bulky without options (that we were aware of). A bit difficult to access the hotel from the I25 but worth the effort.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Despite being right off the interstate the rooms were very sound proof. I didn't hear the car noise nor other common room noises. We had a suite with the other room, which had a nice sized refrigerator with small freezer and microwave. We found the accommodations quite nice for the price paid. The location is convenient if you are wanting quick easy access to any of the interstates. I would consider staying here again.

The romm / suite was very large and so was the bathroom. The breakfast was good with many hot and cold selections. The staff was friendly and courteous. It was an easy access from the highway. We stay at Best Westerns whenever we can and have always been satisfied.

Hotel was convenient to highway, clean rooms, no restaurants within walking distance. Bathroom area was fine, separate living area with a door was convenient as we were traveling with children. Air conditioning did not cool the separate living area so was very uncomfortable. Bed was ok, pillows not so much, hotel tastefully decorated. No extra blankets for the sofa bed in room. Breakfast area very small so they opened conference room to accommodate guests. Not many options but adequate. Pool was not too cold, fitness center was adequate. Complimentary internet slow. Business center computer was not working so Amber at the front desk assisted me with printing boarding passes using the hotel email. Overall a good experience & would recommend as my first priority is cleanliness and this hotel passed the test.

The room was large and the bed was the best as far as comfort. The staff was very helpful. Great location right off I-25. Made me wish I needed to stay more than one night. I slept very well. I do recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location to see the area. Only a few minutes from the tram to go on the mountain and a casino nearby also. Tammy at the front desk was so nice and helpful. They have a breakfast included that is really good. Also just off I25 it's only about 45 minutes from Santa Fe. So that was a nice day trip. The was clean and very nice.

Room was clean and comfortable. We didn't experience any difficulties with the room; beds comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a good variety, was well maintained, and enjoyable. We would definitely come here again if we are in the area. Also received a good impression of Best Western in general and will stay in others as needed.

Stayed for 2 nights and chose this hotel because we are fans of Best Western and this one had a great location near restaurants. We had a first floor suite with a window that overlooked the hall. The room was clean and the a/c worked fine. Plenty of electrical outlets in the room. Breakfast was very very good. We really only have one complaint that keeps us from giving 5 stars to this location. They have a smoking area right outside the front entrance. The double doors to the hotel are flanked by two benches which were occupied by smokers constantly. I don't want to be an anti smoking snob, but it was kind of disgusting walking through the cloud of smoke every time we went in and out of the building. I sort of felt sorry for the smokers that this was their option. I did mention it to a young lady at the front desk and she said "sorry about that". If the hotel could move "smoking central" away from the front doors, this would deserve a 5 rating.

Our four night stay was great, one of the quietest hotels I've ever been in, breakfast was great as was the staff. Pool area was very well cared for, room was great and very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

I had an excellent experience staying at this property. All aspects of my stay here was very enjoyable. the Hotel staff were very pleasant and very helpful when their assistance was required. I would highly recommend this property to anyone desiring a nice place to stay.

Last minute reservation was well worth it - near restaurants and the interstate. Quiet, large room with sleeper sofa and a window to the hall (different...). Breakfast was top notch - even had green chili stew! Just make that reservation for this BW!

Very nice and clean. Great curb appeal as well. Close to all different types of restaurants. Easy access off and on the interstate. Hours of operation is good. The room was very nice. I truly didn't expect to have a separate bedroom which was very nice

This is our new place to stay! It's in a very convenient area. Near the freeway, which u cannot hear, and close to places to eat and near a several theaters. The room we stayed in was recently remodeled, it couldve been cleaned better. We could still see the dust in the bathroom floor from the renovation in the bathroom but it was ok we could still live with it. The couch looked dated but still ok. Everything is still sooooo nice there and quiet-not to mention the pool and hot tub is nice. We love taking the shuttle to the casino instead of driving. We started staying here rather than Holiday Inn on Yale. Our new second home!

The hotel entrance to the freeway is inconvenient as you have to go around the block to enter the hotel. The hotel carpet, rooms and bed needs an update. Its old carpet, the other room has a window in the lobby leading to hallway.

This hotel, while being rated high on trip advisor is one of the poorest in the immediate area. The staff are professional, but the property is way below a BW PLUS standard. It's more like a poor BW standard hotel. The property is well worn, hot tub is luke warm, the fitness room inadequate. While not the hotels fault, the street approach is very poor and I was concerned about security in the area. We travel extensively and in the past relied on Trip advisor to give us good info on BWPLUS properties and others. This was a disappointment and we are now rethinking our loyalty to BWPLUS's. In the future we will extensively research the area and hotel before booking. Least I say, we just wanted to get a good night sleep and get out.

This place was great. Spacious rooms, friendly staff, convenient location, met all our needs with kids. Very comfortable and professional all around. We hit the pool several times a day. Will stay here again next time we're in ABQ.

I stayed at this Best Western on a business trip and found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful in planning my personal time and in providing me information about Albuquerque in general. I stayed in a suite and found the accommodations to be excellent. The room was clean, the appliances worked, and the room was updated.

Good place to stay. All staffs were friendly and would recommend for others as well. Room was comfortable. Pool is good. AC's and lights inside the GYM keep going off with a timer even when you are still working out. Overall it was customer friendly and convenient to the freeway. Thank you and have a great day!

Overall had a great stay at this Best Western. Good service, good breakfast. Room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Room provided two flat screen televisions, one in the room and one in the living room. Yes, had a living room area separate from the bed room. Bathroom was very clean. Overall great stay, will recommend.

We were reassured of Best Western quality by staying at the Albuquerque executive suites. The staff were first rate, the beds comfortable, the hot tub lovely, and lots of parking. The extra room and TV was a bonus.

Half way through our driving vacation of New Mexico, our travel agent must have felt that we deserved a special treat, and booked us into this executive suites hotel, and we really appreciated the extra amenities this location provided. In our future travels, we will make sure that Best Western executive suites are included in our plans.

We stay here when in Albuquerque. Breakfast is great, eggs made to order. This last time I had some packages sent to the hotel, and through a shipping error, the boxes were misdirected. Yahima and Yasmin were especially helpful in finding my shipment. Thanks.

Ii have been staying at this hotel for six weeks due to heath issues, The young lady who made me fell most welcome and cared for is Yasmin. She is a front desk employee who does so much more than her job requires. She is welcoming, friendly and accommodating. She does anything that is asked of her. I have seen her do house keeping, cook breakfast, and take part in maintenance. She constantly goes above and beyond the call of duty. She always does her best to insure all her guests are well taken care of and are pleased with their accommodations. Yasmin is a true asset!

This was our first stay at a Best Western Executive Suites and I am really impressed with the service and the facility. They are located right off Montgomery and Hwy 25 so they are only about 4 off ramps from Old Town and Montgomery is a great way to get across town. They have a nice large pool and a very nice lobby. The rooms are large. Our room had a separate office sitting area, the bed room and the balcony had a table and chairs. There was two TV's, a closet, good sized bath & shower room and a dressing area. The office area had a refrigerator and microwave oven. The in room coffee was really good. The Wi-Fi connection worked great and was plenty fast for our computer searches. I would expect to pay a lot more for this suite. The staff was excellent all three days we stayed. The breakfasts were varied each day with the meat selection (ham one morning was a treat). The eggs were always fresh and the biscuits and gravy were better than most, one morning they had hash browns that were a nice addition. The waffle section was separate so that was nice as it did not interfere with the rest of the buffet line. The seating area was a good size with quite a few tables and one that would seat about 10-12. They had a staff member in the cooking/prep area the whole time that really kept an eye on everything. During our stay, I do not think I saw the breakfast area over half full of people so it was quiet and enjoyable eating experiences. This was one of the best breakfasts I can remember at a Best Western. Well planned and well done. Our room was toward the back of the motel on the North side and was very quiet with very little hallway foot traffic going by. We could only hear some highway traffic when we had the sliding door open. The bed was very comfortable and the feel of the room was fantastic including the art work. The shower head was high enough for me being a tall person and the towels were nice and soft for a change. I am really impressed with this place. I had several friends recommend other motels in Albuquerque to stay but I am really happy we chose the Executive Suites for our stay in Albuquerque.

The noise from the street (Montgomery) with cars racing until well after midnight was unbearable. I had to sleep in the adjoining room on the sofa. It was almost on the freeway which was not the problem, but rather the cars racing without police interference.

We had some meetings over multiple days near this hotel so we decided to stay here. We have a large family and so we wanted big rooms that were adjoining. They gave us rooms 207-209 and these rooms were great. The rooms were plenty big and we enjoyed the layout and all the furniture that was provided in them. Each room had two beds and an additional pull-out couch along with two TVs. The two TVs were nice for our kids to watch different channels. The swimming pool was much larger than most hotels this size and our kids enjoyed the pool for multiple days. Overall our stay was good and we would stay here again. Summary Rooms: We loved the large rooms we rented with 2 TVs. Coffee/hot chocolate: Coffee & hot chocolate was provided in foyer all day and was good. We also made some coffee in the room as well. Road noise: Although the road noise was significant it does seem to calm down later at night (11 PM or so). You will hear motorcycles all night if you stay up. My wife and I noted the road noise was quite loud but once we got to sleep we did not have any issues with it. We did not lack for sleep over it and my wife is not a heavy sleeper. If you are a light sleeper they do provide ear plugs free of charge. Pool: It has a great Pool and SPA. Kids Enjoyed it very much. One concern about the pool I had was that the door jammed open on occasion. This left it ajar a few times. It concerned me that small kids could enter the pool without a card by just walking down the hallway and pushing the door open. Hinges are bad on pool door. Breakfast: Sausage, Liquid Eggs, Oatmeal, Bagels, Muffins, Toast, Juice & Waffles. Overall the breakfast was to be expected now days. While we were thankful for the food the sausage was low on flavor. I felt the breakfast needed a bit more. The waffles were some of the best I have eaten but the hot food selection was smalll. The breakfast was not bad since its a small hotel a small breakfast is to be expected. Overall the breakfast was good but not something you would want to eat everyday if you stayed here long term. Staff: The staff were great to deal with and very friendly. We enjoyed talking with them and they were always helpful. I would recommend staying here if the road noise is not a big issue to you.

We are very pleased with this hotel. We travel to Albuquerque on a monthly basis due to medical appointments for our son and myself and have stayed in multiple hotels. We are very pleased that we have found this hotel and will be staying here from now on.

I loved the quietness at this property. Didnt here any noise from the busy interstate near by. Or any noise from the guests on the floor. The beds are soft and extremely comfy. I had no problems sleeping on them.

The room was huge and was really nice. I liked having the suite with a place to sitmthat is not on the bed. The only complaint is that it was very noisy with traffic and woke us up. If you stay, ask for a room away from the interstate side. The staff was nice and accommodating.

We were on our way to Taos and Santa Fee. Got to the hotel about 4 pm. Got excellent directions to old town from the attendant at the desk. Enjoyed dinner and time in old town. Easily found our way back and had a quiet night even though we were close to the freeway.

Even though it is an older style motel it is well kept and has been modernized. It had a flat screen television and a very comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I will stay here again.

The noise from the highway, I25, was so loud, my husband and I could barely sleep. We should have realized what was to come when we saw a pair of earplugs on one of the bedside tables. The breakfast selections were basic and lacking.

Great room with a great price. The Tazo tea was a big hit and thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was super with a wide variety of items. The two televisions really solved the remote war! Will return next time in area.

My husband and I are traveling from twentynine palms to our new home in Georgia. Not only were they able to accommodate us. They were very courteous and helpful. My husband really enjoyed the breakfast! I would definitely stay here again.

Nice, comfortable stay. Clean & pretty good location, but not any restaurants you can walk to. There were mostly families with children staying here. Breakfast was ok, but lots of kids, some crawling up on the counters, etc. Custom made omelettes, waffles, yogurt, apples, etc.

One night stop on trip from AZ to TX. Very nice rooms for the price. The hot breakfast selection was good and wifi was fast enough. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Access on and off the freeway was easy, and noise was not an issue.

We stayed at this Best Western Plus during the 2016 Balloon Festival. We had to purchase our room about a month ahead. When we arrived, the manager (Yahima) was at the front desk with the desk clerk. I introduced myself and told her we came about 800 miles for the Festival and we had not been there before. She welcomed us and we had and unbelievably nice stay. I believe she made everyone welcome, especially since it was a big weekend in Albuquerque. If in the area, you can not do any better than this Best Western Plus Exe Suites

Deserves 1 star but giving it 2 because it's clean and we were given a good dinner recommendation. The housekeeping staff are friendly and work very hard. Font desk inattentive and poor customer service. Positives: The hotel is very clean and always returned to a clean room. They have a free breakfast, very nice pool & hot tub, workout room and was given a good dinner recommendation. The gal working Sunday morning was the only helpful employee I encountered when I locked myself out of my room. Negatives: I was put into a first floor room that was occupied (luckily the guest wasn't there but still not an excuse) and the front desk gal seemed surprised and didn't even apologize (which also surprised me). Was given new key to a 2nd floor room. Trash was by TV, bathroom light left on and coffee maker was broken. This wasn't a big deal because we were all tired. The breakfast is standard continental breakfast which was fine. The TV remotes didn't work (just manually use the buttons on right side of TV and that allows you to turn power on and adjust the channels). There were teenagers hanging out and running up and down the hallway until 1 AM our last night there! At checkout gal with the glasses (no name tag) didn't say anything when I asked for a receipt and seemed like she didn't want to be there that day. Didn't even thank you for staying. This is the first hotel I have ever stayed at where the front desk won't acknowledge you and the customer had to initiate everything. There is a nice Hampton Inn that prioritizes customer service and inspects their rooms that I will be staying at next time. Not again here.

the hotel was located near to I-25 for access North and South. The parking lot spacious and the hotel lobby and rooms were very well maintained. The pool was a very nice size and easily accessed. The rooms were spacious and had separate sleeping quarters from the sitting area, with two TVs

Jacuzzi tub lacked a safety grab bar with very difficult entry/ exit. Access to the faucet impossible to reach unless your actually in the tub. Very high step in and exit area , surrounded by glass door wall on to a tile floor with wet feet , not the best of arrangements. Website photos of the room should be viewed prior to making reservations.

Both nights we stayed we had to ask for towels for the pool area and the fitness area. When we asked for towels the staff acted like it was to much to ask for. The first morning we went down to get coffee but the pots were empty and when we informed staff they were empty we were told we will get to them. When I checked out I took my room keys back to the front desk and she stated, "what are these for" I said the were the room keys she just stated OK. We were never greeted with how are you doing, welcome to Best Western, I hope you enjoyed your stay or I hope you come back. Very Very poor customer service. I will not stay at this BestWestern again.

I stayed with my family for pleasure. The hotel is comfortable and clean. People very kind, I recommend this hotel, it is close to the hwy and there are super markets and stores around. The breakfast is average, but the lady in charge is very nice.

This is my favorite lodging in Albuquerque NM. The suites are clean and spacious. The office staff is friendly and efficient. The lobby area is well-lighted and clean. I do not generally use the pool and I do not usually eat breakfast in the Hotel.

Traffic noise from I-25 all night. No night light or exhaust fan in bathroom. Beds older ,not comfortable. Doors sticking. Main reason for staying was "NO PETS" ! We hate staying in "Dog Kennel" hotels.

Enjoyed centrally located to interests to explore the city and area. Rooms fresh and clean, the breakfast was very good and staff seems helpful and friendly. While close to downtown, very quiet and was easy to access.

Nice updated facility. Hot oatmeal was a nice addition to the tasty eggs, meat and waffles. Standard 2 room suite was very spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, could hear continuous footsteps and movement from room above.

We stayed at this hotel late in September. Getting there is a convoluted route from the highway, and especially late at night and very road-weary. Have your Google Maps ready before you exit the highway. The room was fine, although the hide-a-bed was a terrible excuse for sleeping space. My teenage son said he would have preferred to sleep on the floor. The real problem arose when we discovered that we'd left our pillows behind. Being already an hour up the road, I called the hotel. They readily agreed to ship them to me. Problem solved. Having not received the package in 2 weeks, I called them back. Yes, they assured me, they'd been shipped and they confirmed the address. The front desk staff said that they had been shipped via FedEx (but had no tracking number), and that they'd look into it and call me back. I called FedEx, which had no record of a package being in the system with our address on it. A week later, I called the hotel again. Yes, of course the package had shipped, but they didn't know by what service. I asked to speak to the manager, who was out, but they'd have her call back. No thanks, I said. I've been promised a callback before and never received one. I'll call back later, I said. Last week, I contacted the hotel again, and spoke to the manager. She asked me to describe my pillows. Goose down pillows, expensive, white cotton sateen pillowcases. She said that she couldn't confirm that they'd shipped the package, because they send out so many. By what carrier, I asked. She said FedEx, and then USPS, and then FedEx again. So many packages they send, she said. So many pillows left behind. And besides, she said, the hotel isn't responsible for lost items. Believe me, I understand this. I've spent part of my working life living in hotels. However, once you tell me - you promise me - that you've done something, just follow through on it. At that point, yes, you're responsible for doing the thing that you'd said you'd do. If you don't have a tracking number, then I'm thinking that you didn't ship them. If you didn't ship them, hey - just tell me that. Don't lie to me. Don't dissemble. Don't make excuses. (So. Many. Packages.) I have friends in ABQ; they could have picked them up and we could have avoided this nastiness. But, no - I was made promises. If you stay at this hotel, do a double-check; don't leave anything behind. Because they aren't very good at following through on promises.

The room was ok but the air conditioner was noisy and the lights from the parking lot were shinning into the room even with curtains. The staff was nice and friendly and recommended a good place to eat. This was an old hotel and unfortunately had a smell to it. The cookies were good.

Room was clean enough but very outdated. We were told there was a restaurant adjacent to the hotel but it is a few minute walk through an industrial looking area. The restaurant was the main reason we picked that location so that was a disappointment. My husband was not able to make the walk.

When I first got this reward with you guys wanted to be a good customers and building up my points for a week free room so I can take my family for a vacation The only time we spend the night at best western is when my boys have team roping with the rodoes and my husband too. we also travel around with the horses too.

Clean, comfortable and the staff is outstanding. Decent location. I have stayed in many hotels in the Albuquerque area. I will stay here from now on. it is near plenty of food and shopping. out of the way enough that it's not a crazy busy area

The room was nice and clean. No problems with it. The breakfast was very good. The building was very clean. The acess is terrible due to the highway. The elevator was not working the day we were there, that presented no problem. The lady at the front desk was very helpful.

Spent 3 days during the balloons fest, liked that they opened breakfast early!! That was appreciated. Thought the price was quite high, but realize it was high for the balloon fest. The hotel and rooms were clean and it has the best configuration of the suite of any hotel we stayed and we always request a suite in hotel we stay at. Were able to see the balloons one morning from the room. Breakfast was good.

I got this room as part of a Hotwire deal where you don't know which hotel it is until after you make the reservation. I would have never picked a Best Western. The room was OK. It's not a newer hotel and it shows. It has prison style windows to the interior hallway. There's a street behind the hotel that was noisy with losers revving their engines as they race by. The mattresses are very cheap economy style and not very comfortable. The pillows are tiny 1 x 1 and very thick and not comfortable. The only things that were nice were the indoor pool and the free hot breakfast. But the pool was cold and the hot tub was filthy with a brownish tint to the water.

Cramped breakfast area. Hard to move around. Narrow parking lots (at least for the Chevy Tahoe we rented) Overheated elevator and hallways Overall impression: very good. What I disliked is just my opinion and may not be representative. Layout and cleanliness of rooms and public areas was great. I would consider staying there again, if windows would be SUPER sound proof.

Hard to get to. Even when one knows the exit. Office staff are terrible and have little to no idea of what they are doing and have no idea where local restaurants are. Followed the directions and ended up in a blind alley.

our vehicle broke down outside of Albuquerque and the staff at this hotel made our stay very pleasant. Hotel is clean and quiet for being next to the Interstate. We were very happy with the knowledge of the staff for sending us to local restaurants and things to do while we waited for our vehicle to be repaired.

Hotel was a little hard to reach during rush hour traffic, but once you know it's location it becomes easier. Overall, traffic in the area is bad. Staff was great, had a little problems with room keys dropping out of the system, but that was easily fixed.

Our stay was very comfortable and the clean environment. My daughter and grandson enjoyed the hot tub. The pool was get cleaned and the pool was cold. The entrance to the hotel was confusing, and dangerous, when you getting off/on to I-25, in Albuquerque,NM.

I have spent a total of five weeks here over four trips. They have very comfortable rooms, free breakfast, indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Great service. Highly recommend for business or pleasure. Easy to get to. Not far from the airport.

My wife and I stayed here for one night and don't really have any complaints. The room was comfortable and clean. The indoor pool is a nice touch like always. My biggest observation is that compared to many other Best Western hotels this one was on the lower end as far as the wow factor. Our stay was nice and we have no complaints but this particular best western just feels like an older location. The rooms feels outdated and "older", for lack of better terms. My wife and I have stayed in many Best Western hotels all over the country and we've never really been disappointed, we really enjoy Best Western. However, this particular location feels more like a Super 8 or a Motel 6. Nothing wrong with that but I figured people might want to know. Other than that we had a great stay and we'd definitely stay again.

Hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious and perfect for the Balloon Fiesta. The rate was very competitive for the time of year. The breakfast was good with a variety of foods and drinks. They were open to accommodate the guests who were traveling to view the early morning balloons rising. Could do without shower stall in the bedroom.

This Best Western was little disappointing. Best Western is usually our choice of hotels but sadly we will not stay at this one again. The king suite was just not as nice as nice other ones we have stayed in.

Hotel was easy to find close to freeway, easy on and off. Clean rooms and great staff. Very nice stay after we got there we were wishing we had planned to stay longer, maybe next time.Breatfast was good very clean faculties.

The hotel is close to all ALB hot spots including Sandia tramway, balloon park, golf courses etc. The rooms are large with separate lounge area with sofa,fridge and flat screen TV. Beds were comfortable and the room spotless. The hotel is close to the freeway but noise is no an issue. Breakfast was also really nice. We will return.

I stayed @ the Albuquerque Best western and the guest smoked @ the front door and you had to walk through them to get into the Hotel.....Lots of second hand smoke......smell was bad....It would be better if the guest that did not smoke did not have to run the gambit to get back into the hotel....Maybe some place not by any door into the Hotel

Location, location, location...we were in town for the Balloon Festival. Our room was spacious and immaculate. The indoor pool and hot tub were a bonus. We love the value added breakfast that is standard with Best Western stays. Consistent quality you can count on every time!

The rooms are very nice and clean. The toilet and shower are in their own room and the vanity is in the pass-through between the bedroom and living room. There are TVs in the front part and in the bedroom. The high speed internet was dependable.

This hotel staff went out of their way to ensure we were provided with a king sized bed. They provided us with a suite because it had a king sized bed, at no extra cost. The breakfast at this location was outstanding. Almost all best westerns have a good breakfast. We changed hotel chains from La Quenta to best western because we were tired of breakfast cereals and waffles at La Quenta to a real breakfast at best western.

We always know to expect quality - could write a lot more to reach 200 words but have communicated enough in this entire review. We love this place - great location too. Lots of excellent restaurants close to this Motel.

Value for cost was excellent , room was in good condition, breakfast was good, staff was very helpful and friendly, and location was convenient for the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta in addition to being centrally located for other points of interest in Albuquerque

Went to Albuquerque for the balloon festival. Hotels just off I25 freeway, just about in the heart of the city. just north of old town just south of balloon park. Took day trips north on I25 to Santa Fe and south to Carlsbad. Also close to the Sandia Tram

Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Handy access to major highways. Difficult to find the access to the hotel using the address in gps. It's down behind a gas station. Only complaint was that the breakfast pastries were not fresh any of the three mornings we had breakfast.

I love having a separate living area from the bedroom. After traveling several days it helps to be able to let someone sleep while the other one does something else. The bed wasn't as comfortable as I'd like, seemed like it was getting old. Breakfast is on par with other hotels.
