Best Western Airport Albuquerque Inn Suites Hotel & Suites

Hands down the worst motel I have ever stayed at. TV was broken for the 2 nights we were there and never got fixed. Tiny room on the second floor with no elevator. Called and was told they had a hot tub. They didn't mention that the pool and hot tub were outside. Tried to get some kind of compensation from the management at check out and was told that they would give me enough member points for a free night. They gave me 2000 points which is basically nothing. Took 18,000 points to get a room at this low budget motel for 1 of the 2 nights we were there. I will never stay there again. Not worth the money for sure.

I had an early-ish flight leaving ABQ so I decided to stay at a hotel near the airport. One of my reasons for selecting Best Western is its airport shuttle. Also, the hotel has a nice hot breakfast with eggs, potatoes, and ham along with bagels, toast, muffins, juice, and cereal. It was wonderful being able to wake up, get a quick bite, and then take the shuttle to the airport. The only issue is that the hotel is a little older so don't expect something fancy. My room was clean but you can tell that the hotel is a little worn in the public spaces. Also, there is no elevator so the 2nd floor is accessible by stairs only.

Passing through and stayed here. Hotel and the room we stayed in was bigger than I expected. A big plus was that they have various areas for pet relief, which was great for my dog. The hotel was not too far from the freeway and close to a Starbucks.

Room and hotel were clean and welcoming, Breakfast had hot food - eggs, bacon, potatoes with garnishments such as cheese, green chile, etc. The shower control in our room was broken. Luckily it was able to give us warm water. Could not turn control to get hot or cold. Reported, but was not fixed before we checked out. Over all a nice place to stay, would recommend to others

This location is in a seriously questionable part of town. However, the hotel themselves have taken measures to increase safety as best they can. The room itself was clean and mostly in good repair. I was in the corporate building, and the room doors are heavy metal and slam shut. They also have ZERO noise suppression, so you hear everything going on out in the hall. The bed was about a 7 of 10 on comfort.

Excellent staff. Beautiful room. Yummy breakfast except it would be nice to have turkey bacon or sausage offered as well rather than only pork. Other than that, many options offered. Loved the evening nacho bar offered.

Traveling with a pet can be challenging and expensive. This hotel has a more modest pet fee ($40) than many other hotels ($75). The room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was courteous and there was free bottled water in the lobby.

This Best Western hotel is in a very convenient location. The rooms are very dated and there are many of the amenities in the room are in need of repair. The breakfast food was good and there was a good variety. There was also a pool and Wi-Fi.

If you prepay and need to cancel, Best Western will not issue a refund. I will never book with them again and I urge you not to either. Now I am out over one hundred and twenty dollars. It seems greedy and shortsighted as they would have made more money from future stays than keeping my money and leaving me feeling cheated.

Great customer service, clean and helpful staff. SUPER shuttle service to airport, cant get too much closer. House keeping very nice. Room was nice, bed was very comfortable, remodeled bath was clean and lots of counter space! On bus line to downtown, and more. University of NM was fun to tour

Bad service, Solves noisey neighbor with ear plugs, blocks handicap ramp with hotel shuttle, bugs in room, and no hot water at times, manager always in meeting to talk to.parking at your own risk in overflow,

The many 5 star reviews are well deserved, we will definitely stay here again! Great breakfast, nice fitness room, nice clean room. My only suggestion would be to add sausage links or patties to the breakfast menu for those who don't like the spicy chorizo.

When my vacation rental fell through and I had no place to stay--BW saved the day! The reservationist helped my find just what I needed! We went to the BW Executive Inn first and the desk guy was of NO help whatsoever, so we called the reservation line. We did not want to stay where we were not wanted so we went to the BW airport In which had a more family like envoirnment. Highly reccommend the Airport Inn--no I don't--I want this to be MY secret!

My stay on 07/26/2023, was just overnight driving to Texas. Our King size bed was Amazing, it felt like sleeping on clouds. The room was very clean. The breakfast was okay, it needed more variety on their bread. The Staff was okay, not very friendly.

If you need a lower floor room, perhaps request in advance. Otherwise, this is a decent airport area hotel. Probably walkable to the terminal through the parking structure but I didn't try it because the hotel offers airport and car rental transportation every half hour. I also noticed they still offer a free daily newspaper. Breakfast served each morning with hot items. A pool and exercise room are also on site. A number of restaurants are nearby including one on site. Parking is free but the front lot fills. There is additional parking around back via the street - Alamo. Rooms are interior and include suites. Service is very good. Jacuzzis are available, too. Nearby bus service can be accessed. And you're not far from downtown and the university area.

As the title says, streamlined, comfortable but EXPENSIVE. The check in employees were fast, efficient, knew their job well and made it very easy. It was one less hassle to deal with after a long day. In less than 5 minutes, they got me situated and on my way to my room. However, the inconsistency of pricing due to "summer time" just feels like a slap to the face. I travel for business. No leisure time about it. Its usually check in at 11pm and check out at 7am. I pay for my own room, so having a "general" price range is very important to me because it helps me know what and how I need to budget so I can stay at BW. This location in Albuquerque was almost $100 above normal. This was all in part by, "The summer time" as explained to me by a hotel employee. Although this hotel was VERY average looking and feeling, it just left a bitter taste after spending $250+. Will avoid during the summer time next time I am traveling my way through.

We had a 2nd floor room as requested. There is no elevator, so you will have to carry your bags up the stairs. Property is located near the airport, but it was not noisy by plane traffic. Property seemed secure. I made sure I had a nice visible spot to avoid any incident. Room is very reasonable priced. Ice machine was located down the hall. They had real actual newspapers in the lobby everyday! There were lots of tv channels to watch. We opted out of the, no offense here, boring and mundane standard BW breakfast fare...to eat at the Waffle House that was right next door. I love the WH and it is truly my guilty pleasure. My biggest complaint is that all rooms, at least on the second floor, have small terraces right outside the rooms where patrons will congregate and engage in loud conversations. My rude neighbors were chatting till midnight, so I clicked on the a/c to drown out their annoying conversation. It was a chilly night in the Albuquerque heat to say the least. I picked this location because I thought it was a safe area and the price was right, and for that I was satisfied.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff friendly, the breakfast bar couldn't have much more variety unless it was a sit-down restaurant, and the shuttle was quick and convenient. The only downside was that the room rate was a little high for mid-week.

I would not stay at this motel again. No usb ports, no curtains, light shined into the room. Felt dumpy. I am frustrated that they feel they need to put a $ 50 dollar charge on your card which is refundable. There is nothing that you could use that would have to be put on the card. The good thing it is near the airport.

We've stayed at this hotel many times and it is always clean, the breakfast is always stocked and the staff are prompt and helpful. The pool and the hot tub areas are well maintained too. Near the Airport as well as many family restaurants.

We love this hotel. We rent a "spa room" that has a bedroom with a hot tub and a living room. We go to UNM Lobo games and the hotel is literally three minutes from "The Pit." Great lodging at reasonale rates.

I was dropped at the airport five in the evening. Best flight I could get out was eight a.m. the next morning. I called and they directed me to shuttle pickup at the airport. Shuttle showed quickly. Check in was smooth. Nachos and soda pop in the breakfast area. I took a room on the first floor even though I was warned, second floor is quieter. Jet went over immediately and I thought I'm screwed. The only one I heard. Room was good, single bed, standard amenities. Received a wake up call, freshened up and ate fresh eggs and hash browns in food area. Waited a few minutes for the shuttle and we were out of there. Plenty of time for security and all.

Hotel Staff was very friendly. They acted professional and seemed to have pride in their job. I liked their nacho bar in the evening, not because the nachos were any good (processed cheese and generic chips) but the effort was there to do something nice. I did appreciate the selection of soda they put out. Breakfast is about what you'd expect for a hotel in this price range. I personally didn't eat anything because it was so crowded with no seating available. I thought that the attendant was nice but the tip jar was a bit much. It's not a place where you need a lot of help. Room was clean and bed was reasonably comfortable. I liked the large TV mounted higher on the wall to allow you to watch comfortably while laying down. I'm sum, it's about what you'd expect at this price point which I am fine with.

I was walking around the hotel with my 3 kids ( all under the age of 6), while on our walk we went past the front desk, and the front desk lady was vaping. This hotel is supposed to be 100% smoke free

I found hair in the shower and the toilet also had standing water surrounding it. I brought it to the hotels attention then they indicated there aren't any available rooms and didn't try to come up with any solutions on how to fix my room. I ended up leaving and staying at another hotel.

Not only did they rebook us (twice) when our flights changed, the front desk was able to find a pack-and-play for our son on short notice, which made our night SO much better. The shuttle service was on time and reliable. Great stay.

Staff was great- when I arrived really late they got me everything I needed. Extra blanket, pillows and Towels. When we got up for breakfast the food was warm and tasty. The staff stayed up on the food as well and kept area clean.

I had to rate this room at average only due to the sour odor that was in it. I was in a pet room. The smell stayed on my clothing. Also that the front desk clerks were telling people their 100 deposit for incidentals would be refunded asap. I also think 100 is a bit excessive considering a mid upscale hotel in the same city only charges 50 I stayed here because I could use my points. Other than that I felt safe since I am female and travel alone. My room was great except for that sour odor. I was super tired and did not report it. I probably should have. I sprayed a lot of body spray to make it bearable. The parking is semi sketch as they share a parking lot with village inn. But if it had not been for the sour smell in the room and the front desk people giving misinformation I would have given this place 4.5 stars.

Great hotel...Was clean, beds comfy as the pillows. Shower was great also! Would stay here again if in area. Appreciate the tasty breakfast.....Quiet even though by an airport. Best Western hotels are consistently the best!

We stayed here for some meetings in ABQ last month, and while the rooms were comfortable and the hotel breakfasts were decent, one of the front desk staff was terribly unfriendly and at times quite rude to my colleagues.

Very very nice! So close you could walk from the airport if not encumbered with luggage. Staff all extremely kind, welcoming and helpful. Loved the little private balcony I requested and received. Nice breakfast and pretty area to sit at tables by pool if you so desired. Room was clean although balcony area not but that was ok! Just wanted to sit and enjoy fresh air. I normally choose more upscale hotels but this one was just delightful after a long flight!

Finally got the opportunity to book a free rewards night with the points I had earned. Just to be charged $46.35 to my credit card after I had checked out and left town. Check your credit card statement with in a few days after you book a rewards night and you will probably find it actually was not free

The Best Western airport Albuquerque hotel was affordable, convenient, clean and had very nice helpful staff. Having an airport shuttle available every 30 minutes was wonderful! The breakfast was tasty and offered a great selection.

This hotel is clean and convenient. Service was excellent. They even had a "social" hour with free chips, cheese, salsa and soft drinks. Nice touch! Breakfast was the standard hotel selection and attendant kept it well stocked. There is a shuttle to the airport.

I simply asked if an upgrade was available and it was--even so the King suit with jetted tub or Fireplace is a great value, and is a homey room to stay in. There is a market across the street to get a microwave meal if you like and a nice sitting room to watch TV and eat a meal! I love it!

We have stayed at the Best Western Inn Suite Airport for the past 13 years probably around 200 nights total. They work very hard to accommodate us. When we have a group staying, they are very easy to work with to accommodate our group. The motel is very clean looks wonderful. We love the pool and courtyard area. Breakfasts and evening hospitality are great.

Gave us a ride to park we love that! Rooms a bit outdated but comfortable. Breakfast is the best ! Check in and out easy, parking can be difficult especially late at night. Will be back again. And again

If you need a good night sleep and want a dark room, this is not the place. There are only sheers over the windows. The darker drapes are decorative only and do not pull to a close. Also, the breakfast was minimal. Not good for the money.

Just got back from a trip to New Mexico that took us to Albuquerque for one night. So glad I booked this hotel and would highly recommend it! Traveling with my Dad, the suite at this hotel was a great (and more affordable) alternative to booking two rooms. There was a door between the main bedroom and a "living" area with a pullout sofa, so we each had our own space with our own TVs and separate bathrooms. I took the bedroom which I found to be clean and comfortable. Interaction with the front desk staff was especially pleasant. They were genuinely friendly and helpful. Did not try the breakfast because one of my favorite breakfast restaurants, Village Inn, was right next door. Overall, a really enjoyable stay at an exceptional value!

Amazing personnel. Everyone was professional and welcoming. I was really pleased that the shuttle was 24/7, because delays kept me from picking up my child until after midnight. The beds were sooo comfy. Free breakfast and coffee. Make your own waffles was beyond my red-eyed capabilities. Eggs and sausage were just right. All kinds of juice. Coffee. This is the only hotel that I stay at in Abq now.

My husband and I stayed a few weeks ago, booked a pet friendly room. Upon arrival, was informed no pet friendly rooom available, could stay in another room with an up charge. The room was dirty, spiders in the bathroom, and floor hadn't been vacuumed. Found hairs in both the bed and bathroom. Countertops in bathroom not cleaned. The doors to the hotel sides were always unlocked, even throughout the night. Clear safety issue. The “free” breakfast was no breakfast at all. People were standing around waiting for the staff to bring food. Everything remained empty. When food was brought out, was only a handful of pieces of bacon or sausage. The joy is was completely watered down. I would advise to stay away from this place.

Efficient and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very close and convenient to airport. Safe Long term Parking and 24/7 shuttle available! My go to any time I fly. No elevator so ask for ground floor if this is an issue.

Check in process was smooth and we were told the time and locations of everything and told of the pool and hot tub location and hours. My friend forgot her swimsuit so we went out and attempted to find one. Problem is that the stores we looked at did not have any and were already sold out for the year. We did finally find one to come back to use the hot tub only to find it locked. When we came back we were told the pool and hot tub was closed to place chemicals in it because they had too much rain lately. I asked why I was not told that at check in and he did not have an answer. I don't understand why only a few hours earlier we were told that it was open and we spent our evening looking and buying a swimsuit then our evening was ruined as that was out plan for the night. Breakfast the next morning was great and the staff there were very friendly.

I got a suite and it was large. More like a studio apartment (without the kitchen). A sitting room and a bedroom. 2 bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable. Nice staff. My only complaint was the pool. People were in there late yelling loudly. Besides that it was great.

Absolutely loved the hotel! They were so kind to make goodie bags for my soccer team and I! They were also super helpful, quick and efficient checking all of us in at our late arrival of 2am. Thank you so much! Excellent service, amazing deal for the price.

Bed at first didn't seem like it was going to be comfortable but I slept through the night all 3 nights. Room was clean, restroom was clean as well. The room coffee maker looked pretty gross so make sure you take a look before you make tea or coffee. Overall the staff was great and helpful.

I would give this place a zero if I could. The lady at the front desk was nasty and had an attitude. We were trying to check in a bit early with a one year old and she had no compassion and acted like we dared to check in early when everyone should just wait. Apparently not a mother. She was ready to make us pay cause we did not cancel but I could not even attempt to stay there because of her nasty attitude. Acted like she couldn't do anything but the very kind male coworker asked someone and was able to remove it. She said it was because people had not checked out yet but there were no cars in the parking lot. She just couldn't be bothered. And also if you have a big vehicle there is nowhere to park comfortably. Did not even see much of the place itself. Management should do some customer service training at least with this one girl. We attempted to stay on 8/10/22.

Used this for our move across the States n slept well. Great breakfast and excellent kitchen help to keep lots of foods n drink options. Breakfast buffet best I had in a long time. Comfy beds n very clean. BW is awesome again!!!!!! Easy on n off for our 26 ft Uhaul. Even gave us a treat bag when we arrived. Big recommend from all of us!

We arrived late in the evening and were greeted by 2 of the most friendly hotel clerks I have ever encountered and I travel frequently. When I expressed my dismay at discovering our room was on the second floor and there were no elevators and that I was handicapped, they quickly assured me they could help get the bags upstairs. Julianna ( I think that was her name, quickly came around to the cart that my grandkids and husband had placed everything on and started carrying everything up to the room. She had all our bags in our room in less than 10 minutes. She then offered to park our car for us if my husband wanted her too, but he decided to do do it himself. Everything was great here with the exception of no elevators for the handicapped. We had a suite that worked out well since we were traveling with grandkids. They loved having the living room and their own bathroom.

Very nice helpful staff. Clean rooms en nice pool! Great place to chill with lots of seats in the garden. Close to the airport but did not hear a plain at all. Breakfast was not as good as in other BW hotels.

I researched the hotels in albuquerque. This hotel is very attractive at a very fair price. It was sparklingly clean, had a great bed, had a great pool, and had breakfast. Kalena at the front desk went over and above to help me with several things including my luggage. I felt like I had been welcomed into a friend's home!!! I have stayed in spa hotels in the Albuquerque area.. this is better.

The entire team was awesome. They picked me up from the rental car return and also took me to the airport the next morning. Overall great experience. Clean rooms with opportunity to use hot tub and pool. They had fresh coffee made at 4:00 AM to help prepare me for my long flight and even longer day.

Convenient location. Close to the airport, but we did not hear any jet noise whatsoever. Quiet and spacious room. Close to I-25 and restaurants for our overnight stay after flying in earlier. Although a little worn, room was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The Best Western Albuquerque Airport is a very well maintained, clean hotel with prompt front desk and maintenance staff who do a good job. Breakfast is warm and not standard grab and go fare. Pool is kept clean daily too!

It is a great hotel and worth the money to stay there. However, they need to work on the following: 1. add elevator; 2. add more items to breakfast and alternate between them in different days to make it more pleasant for a person who stays there for a couple of days; 3. Improve WiFi connection stability to resolve intermittent WiFi Internet connection.

The front entry is a mess and difficult to navigate with any luggage; there are two sets of single, three foot swinging doors that are offset from one another. As well, no need to bother with the luggage cart if you're not on the first floor - i got it all loaded up and headed past to the front desk to the... errr... "Where are you going? You're room is upstairs, just around the corner?"... I'm headed to the elevator... "Oh, we don't have an elevator.".... ugh. Carried all my baby gear (e.g. bassinet, stroller, boppy, pump, etc etc) up the stairs for the next fifteen minutes. Also, the parking lot is in poor shape, and there's a giant, portable CCTV unit with a dozen security cameras in the parking lot with a big sign letting you know you're exclusively responsible for damage and theft of your car. From the layout and signage, it's not entirely clear where to park for hotel vs the adjacent businesses, but they do make it clear that it's not the safest place to be parking at night. Rooms were very mediocre at best. AC did work well if a little noisy; water pressure + temp fine; basic toiletries provided. I got some rest and back out on the road.

Beds are good, room is clean, breakfast is typical hotel fare, location is slightly hard to find shower shot out some debris when initially started, and there's no retention grading or strip to keep the water in.

Nothing fancy but perfectly adequate place to stay when flying in or out of Albuquerque. Free breakfast. No elevator but young man at front desk carried our suitcase upstairs. Ample parking. We heard about rental car thefts at Albuquerque airport hotels but no problem here.

Staff is extremely helpful and accommodating! Saved us time by suggesting we drop off our rental car early as they would bring us back to the hotel and transport us to the airport the next day. This allow us time to rest before our return flight home. Also recommended an excellent local restaurant that serves fabulous Mexican cuisine. The staff provides five star service!

We had a great stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a suite with a pull-out sofa, and there was plenty of space. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of options. The water bottles were a nice touch and greatly appreciated.

Very nice hotel, quiet, safe and clean. I will definitely return to this comfortable hotel! Customer service is helpful and friendly, breakfast is good, all-around great night's stay. As a member, the price for a jacuzzi room is very affordable.

This location is a great example of the quality standards of Best Western hotels. Staff very attuned to needs of visitors....great customer service. My stay was short but I would recommend for a relaxing long term stay in the Albuquerque area.

We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. They had a really great breakfast with hash browns, scrambled eggs and several breakfast meats. Parking was tight, but this is an airport hotel.

Mold and musty smell throughout hotel. Room AC not cooling. Window only opened an inch. All room faucets loose. Water smelled. Breakfast quality very poor and couldn't eat. No response received from manager.

Definitely one of the nicest experience I have had. Shuttle service to and from the airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Despite being a pet friendly hotel there was no evidence of that, odor free and clean. The mini breakfast offered to early morning flyers was the icing on the cake.

The room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable . There was good water pressure in the shower. Stayed in a nice large room, suite-1king bed. I was impressed and it was certainly one of the best hotel rooms I've had recently.

Very close to the airport. Used just as an overnight stay. Convenient location for all that we were interested in seeing. Staff went out of their way to make traveling easier. Very friendly and informative staff. Highly recommend place.

We chose this hotel because it was close to Albuquerque airport. Great location and fast checkin. However, we were abruptly woken to knocking in the door to find water pouring onto the carpet and running out into the hall. No manager on duty. They said because of holiday. Several messages left and no call back was ever made. Front desk gave us another room but did not do anything to help compensate our experience or care to listen. Left tired and disappointed.

This was a nice hotel ,very clean with polite and courteous staff.I felt very comfortable there even though it was in Albuquerque which can be a challenge to find a safe secure hotel in that city.would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling thru New Mexico

All upgrades are at the discretion and availability of the hotel, that being said when I booked I let them know that is was part of a proposal trip and they upgraded us to the Presidential suite with a hot tub in room. We were both blown away at their proposal gift of an upgrade!!!!

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The hotel is clean and my room was quiet. My room was upgraded when I checked in and that was a pleasant surprise after driving all day. There are restaurants within walking distance which I liked. I would stay here again!

Near airport but quiet. Great shuttle, hot breakfast, and staff! Suittle and even take you to get groceries or pick up food nearby. Rooms need non-sheer curtains, or your room will be lit up all night. Balcony was great!

Not knowing the area and wanting to be closer to the airport for an early morning flight, I selected this hotel for an overnight stay, The hotel is a somewhat depressed looking two-story building with NO ELEVATOR. Some rooms have a balcony with furniture to allow the guest to venture out and soak up some fresh air. Our room didn't have access to the balcony though it ran along the length of our room and beyond to the neighboring one. A chair was situated just in front of our window, which was a bit disconcerting as the neighboring room obviously had access to the balcony and could sit out on this chair in front of my window (and next to my bed), And no, this room was not equipped with a door adjoining the two rooms. I can't imagine many travelers would appreciate the feeling of having their privacy invaded as I did. The room was fairly large, but the bathroom counter small. The room was equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. The bed was soft but the sheets somewhat scratchy. The hallways were noisy, assuming it was from travelers coming and going at all hours to the nearby airport (about two minutes away by car). The complimentary shuttle was nice however we had a rental car to return and so didn't make use of it. In this regard, the parking was limited as the hotel shares a lot with a neighboring restaurant. As well, the hotel offers discounted "long term" parking for those leaving town and looking for a place to leave their vehicle. There is parking to the rear of the property however it is posted with numerous signs warning to take valuables from the vehicle and to lock up. As well, there were numerous security cameras, which didn't add to the feeling of "security". Neither did the shady looking characters hanging out in the dumpster area adjacent to the lot. It appears some of the rooms are let to longer term residents. Some balconies had potted plants and an assortment of things stored on them making it look as if they were apartments rather than hotel rooms. I did not feel safe in the area and made sure to always be in the company of another whenever traveling to or from the vehicle, or around the grounds. I would look for other accommodations if you browsing for a room in this area.

The hotel was nice. it was clean. It is a very quick access to the ABQ Sunport only minutes away. The staff a\\was friendly. The only issue is the parking lot striping. A few of the strips are very narrow and other drivers are very inconsiderate and parked too close for me to get into my car. NO my car is not big. There is additional parking in the rear of the hotel. I guess this guess was too lazy to check it out.

Only major complaint was that the night staff was unable to handle extremely loud guests (one night only). Minor complaint: the breakfast warming trays were not sufficient to keep the eggs warm. Otherwise I was completely satisfied with my stay. I rated sleep quality poorly only because of the noise. The bed itself was quite good.

As a result of our request for a quiet room, we were placed in a back building away from the street and with few guests so that we heard no noise, voices during our stay. Covid protocol was followed including taking our breakfast orders at our table and then serving us! Good, hot breakfast with sausage, eggs, hash browns, hot and cold cereals, muffins, yogurt.

Glad we chose this hotel stop. Clean. Front desk staff helpful. Having hot breakfast served was a treat. They offer many 10% discounts just check website. Parking good as well. W didn't hear any hallway noise. Only negative would be no elevator. We asked for 1st floor.

We picked this hotel because it was so close to the airport. This is an older hotel. It does not have an elevator which was fine since it is only two floors and you don't have to wait for the elevator. The sink is not closed off from the bedroom, so if someone gets up, it lights up the whole room. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel feels very old— we would've stayed at the Best Western Rio Grande instead if we knew that. The guy checking us in late at night was very unfriendly and processed our bill incorrectly (charged us for the room when we redeemed points). I am still waiting to see if it gets corrected.

Great service and staff! I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friend. It's 3 minutes drive from the airport! The breakfast was good and with lots of food choices. Will definitely go back here.

I called the hotel directly to make our reservation due to mobility issues. We needed a room on the first floor near the parking lot. I was given options and our room was in the perfect location. Breakfast was adequate but the service was outstanding. The woman who plated our requests was very friendly and remembered that I liked my bread lightly toasted. It's not a huge deal, but her attitude and remembering that detail says a lot about the staff there…. Very helpful and polite. The room was clean and a good size. The bathroom was a bit small but very clean.

The staff were all very helpful and friendlly. Our reservation was for two nights. Due to personal circumstances, we needed to be there for only one night. The manager and desk staff were very understanding and accommodating.

I have used this same hotel in the past and have always been satisfied with the rooms and especially the friendly staff. I felt save during covid and will for sure continue to use this hotel in the future.

Wifi connection was hardly there. When it did work, the signal was very weak. It dropped the connection way too often. The curtains didn't close all the way so at night you'd get headlights shining in your room. The only good thing about this place is it is dog friendly but they charged way more for our dogs than other Best Western hotels.

Nice facility close to airport with many good quality restaurants within walking distance. Having onsite airport parking was big plus and shuttle was provided. Very reasonably priced with helpful front desk clerks.

Very nice hotel, close to the airport and dining. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay there again. Fudrukers burgers for lunch was great. Village inn just out the front door for dinner was perfect. The hotel said they would shuttle me to other restaurants if I wanted to. .

Always enjoy staying here. Super friendly staff and VERY accommodating. I have bad knees and have requested a ground floor room. It was no problem at all. Breakfast is pretty good as well. Rooms are clean and very quiet.

Heating system in our room didn't work properly and the breakfast was lame - fake eggs and over sweet yogurt, for example. Other than that it was okay for the price. Would choose a different place next time.

Stayed there had an issue with our stay. Asked to speak with a manager. He was not available. called us back 6 hours later. Said comments such as :Do you not want to stay at our hotel" We will ban you from our hotel" He never listened to our complaint or concern. I then wrote a review on best Western.com And was told I was not a registered guest at the hotel. The reservation was under my husbands name, It had to be pay for the room, due to the issue we had at the front desk. The reservation is not in my name, but paid for by me. I got a response to my review by being called a internet Troll. My concern was with the professionalism and customer service of the hotel. Responding to a negative review by calling the person an internet troll is the type of lack of professionalism and customer service I was referring too. We have always stayed with Best Western in our Travels. As with any large company, there are some properties that do not meet the standards and quality of the Brand. This is one of those properties. I will be filing a formal complaint with the corporate headquarters and am anxious to see the detail transcripts of the phone conversation they say is recorded.

I booked 2 Queens but got one king. The front desk said no rooms with 2 Queens were available. Parking was difficult and far off. No elevator. I did not feel secure in this hotel. However, breakfast service was excellent. Everything in the room did work.

A well-kept Best Western close to the airport. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Price was reasonable, the hotel overall and my room were in good shape, and the take-out breakfast was very good!

This hotel met our needs after a long flight from the eastern US. Clean rooms, friendly and efficient staff. It is convenient to the airport. There is a restaurant close by but we had eaten before we got there. Plenty of parking

My stay was short, but this was a nice Best Western for an airport stay. They have a shuttle to take you back and forth to the airport. My room was very spacious and quiet. It would have been nice to have an elevator though, instead of having to climb stairs to second floor. Front staff was helpful in carrying my bags up for me. The breakfast service was a little confusing. For guest protection they were taking your order and then dishing up your food. They could have used more help there.

Didn't like being in corner with no exit (by myself) but staff extremely accommodating. Room was very nice with small balcony. Free airport shuttle and only 3-4 minute drive. Friendly staff. Very pleasant

Our room was on the first floor in a bad neighborhood and the window did not lock. Front desk offered to move us to the 2nd floor, but hotel has no elevator, so we checked out and moved to the Holiday Inn Express down the street where we had a lovely stay in a much nicer hotel. This hotel is old and run down and I don't recommend it.

I waited to write this review for almost a year in hopes that the manager would fix my issue. I gave him plenty of opportunity and he still chose to ignore me. I only get airline miles for hotel stays and for whatever reason I did not get my miles from this hotel. I was told that only the manager could fix that. I called him multiple times and he once called me back stating he would fix the issue. I gave him my mileage account, my BW account and whatever information he requested. After I discovered that he did not give me my miles after waiting several months I once again called them. The gentleman who answered my call said he would pass me over to him after asking my name. A few seconds later all of a sudden the gentleman comes back "he stepped out". I'm pretty sure the manager (Jeff) recognized my name and told him to tell me he wasn't there. Again I left my name number, account numbers and etc and still no airline miles. Other than the manager issue our stay here was not bad at all. I couldn't get BW app up so I called the hotel to have someone pick us up and a very nice girl answered the phone and said it would be about 1/2 hour and told us where to meet her at. Everything went smooth. We checked in and walked up stairs (not sure if they have an elevator or not). Room was rather large and quite comfortable, we were over looking the pool. Breakfast the next morning was a hot breakfast and it was hotel serve at the time. The breakfast person informed us they were out of some of the hot stuff and to come back in a 1/2 hour, ok no problem she gave us some yogurt to get us by. We did come back and got the full hot breakfast experience even though we had to eat it in our room. Next morning check out was smooth and we were transported to the airport no problem. We didn't have a car however I believe the parking was complimentary. Shuttle service to/from airport was excellent. Didn't use any of the amenities as we weren't planning on staying in Albuquerque another day. They are within walking distance to restaurants also. I would rate this hotel a lot higher however the manager's unresponsiveness is bringing it down.

Staff was very accommodating and helpful when my dog got sick. This hotel has a full hot breakfast and is very good. Would definitely recommend staying here especially if you have a pet. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The staff is the best! Each one greets you by name, with a cheerful voice and a smile. There is a cooler in the lobby that has free bottled water for the guests - a nice touch. The rooms are clean, with all the amenities, however, they are small. It is fine for one person, but with two of us there is no where to put luggage or toiletries. There are only two drawers and no shelf in the closets. The breakfast, for CV19 times is unique and works well. There are menus are the table, you order, and your food is brought to you from the breakfast buffet that we would usually be given the food. This can also be for take-out. Again very nice compared to the sack lunches other hotels offer.

Customer services exceeded my expectations and made my out of state relocation a good experience. Front desk Ashlyn and management really took care of my needs. Breakfast hot and delicious (Addition of green chile was a wonderful welcome to NM). Food/hotel services presented in a safe manner to avoid the spread of virus. Pool and hot tub was just what I needed to relax. Housekeeping on request, but my room was very clean and comfortable. Thank you for a restful stay!

Good location to go everywhere. food, grocery store etc. Disappointed: - Visible pet hairs on the floor in the bedroom - Have to BUY water. (other best western, no need to buy) - Any missing amenity request, we have to go to front desk. NEVER bring to room - Front stuff lady told "each room allowed only 2 bath towels. but this time is ok I gave you 5" well... total 5 of us. NOT make sense at all.

Hotel claimed 24 hour shuttle service every 30 min, but we waited ~45 min for ours even after notifying hotel of our arrival. On check in, the front desk acknowledged our crib request but no crib was in the room. We had to, again, request one to be delivered - albeit quickly and apologetically. The first floor room was dated but comfortable and mostly clean, except for the cockroach we stepped on walking into the room. There are no elevators so be sure to request a first floor room if you have lots of luggage. This would have been a 3 star (average) review for the price we paid, but the 4th star is mainly due to the friendly customer service and the great (hot!) breakfast that was served to you due to COVID protocols. The price was low and so should be your expectations. The hotel is in a safe and quiet area.

It is filthy and gross. The rooms are dated and smell like mildew and cigarettes. The towels are dingy grey and stains are on the bedding and sheets. (Didn't notice till we were leaving). Management cuts down and demeans people on YELP there is no professionalism. Parking sucks people park huge trucks in two or three spots. You pay way too much for the quality here it is nasty. DO NOT STAY HERE!

absolutely awful!!! I will not stay at a best western again. my son had an allergic reaction to the soap. What company uses a nut in the soap??? so many people are allergic!! I called the front desk to make sure that the linens were not washed in the soap and the front desk told me they didn't know. ok, can you please find out. answer was no, they have no emergency number and if I have a problem to go to an emergency room. How hard is it to call and find out the answer to a simple question. My son has asthma really badly and an allergic reaction is major. I was just trying to avoid an issue. so very frustrating and scary. I was travelling across the country and liked the 2 best westerns we had stayed at previously, however this really upset everyone and I will ALWAYS choose a different hotel chain. The worst customer service I have EVER received!!!

we enjoyed our stay. the facility was clean and inviting. the front desk staff was very welcoming and professional. the room and jacuzzi tub were in excellent condition. my favorite place to stay in Albuquerque!

It's definitely a dated property. There is no elevator but it's only a two story property. But if you are traveling with a lot of luggage it's a hassle. The walls are thin you will hear your neighbors. The staff was friendly, and here is a shuttle. It's only a 3 minute ride to airport so it's good for early morning flights out. It was fine enough for a one night stay, but I wouldn't stay longer than that.

We were at this hotel about 2 years ago that's why we came back. Nice hotel. New breakfast setup takes a little getting used to, but was fine. I would recommend this property, and when back in this area would stay here again.

Would have given five stars if they had an edible breakfast (it was a grab and go with hard cold breakfast sandwich) and were “pet friendly” as they claimed. $100/night on top of our $150/room fee is not okay. We got to hotel and it was too late to rebook elsewhere

We were traveling from WI to Phoenix, AR, so just stopping through for a one night stay. I booked this hotel because I thought the hotel reviews were not bad and the price was right. The neighborhood seemed sketchy. Signs all over the parking lot warning guests to lock cars and they are not responsible for anything stolen or damaged. Staff did not seem like they are happy to work there. Room had an odor. Closet in room was a VERY large walk -in closet. Bathroom was small. Just seemed odd. Doors are metal and super heavy, so whenever anyone leaves, the doors slam and shake your walls. Received a wakeup call at 4am. Never asked for one. We had driven 12 hours the day before and were super tired. Went down to the front desk to ask if they called or if it was automated. The guy said it was automated. He didn't even ask what room I was in but "appeared" to look at the computer screen and then tell me that there was no wake-up call ordered. No kidding! He then went back to doing whatever he was doing. Didn't make any kind of eye contact with me. Seemed to be bothered.

Stayed here on a cross-country southwestern US trip. Check-in was easy. One item to note about this hotel is they do not have an elevator. Stairway with landing led to our room on the 2nd floor. Room was nice size, appeared updated in last few years. Continental hot breakfast served in the morning. Common areas (lobby, halls, etc.) all were kept clean. Would stay again in the future when traveling to Albuquerque.

I called in to secure a suite for the following night. The clerk mistaking my booked my room for that night- no big deal, mistakes happen. BUT when it was brought to my attention that it was incorrectly booked, I WAS STILL CHARGED $204. They said it was my fault because I didn't look at the confirmation email. OK-I WAS DRIVING ACROSS THE COUNTRY AND DIDNT HAVE TIME TO CHECK MY EMAIL. No refund was offered. The staff at that time (not the girl who did my reservation) was very rude.

I love staying at this hotel its the home away from home . i like the two girls at the front desk very helpful. Breakfast was great. Would not stay at any hotel other then the best Western in Albuquerque

I gave this the score I did because it's not easy to sleep in these rooms. The beds were fine. The pillows were fine. But the air conditioning is a whole different story. It's one of those units that blows from the wall from the outside of the building. The bed is about 3 in from the unit. The room gets really hot and the air comes on. Then it gets cold. Then it's hot, then it's cold. Even worse is if you're on the bed next to the air conditioning unit, when the air comes on, it will blow the sheets off of you. Then that cold air is blowing right on your body. It made for a rough night of sleep. The room was clean enough. There are no elevators. So you have to drag your luggage up the stairs. The area is a bit rough. Typical if airport areas. We were actually a little concerned about leaving our car parked with additional luggage in it. We only took into the room what we needed for that night. As this was just an overnight stay on our way to another destination. The property could use better lighting in the parking.

I really loved how clean my room was and the hot breakfast. Also ever time i go yvonne if very helpful and kind to customers. I also enjoy the fact that they follow the covid guidelines really well Has to be the best hotel in new mexico 9.5/10

I've stayed here several times in the last 10 years visiting family in ABQ. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is a 2-story builiding with a second 2-story building in the back. There are NO ELEVATORS in either building so request a first story room if climbing stairs is an issue. There is a swimming pool. The bathrooms are very small and including a tub/shower, You pretty much have to close the bathroom door to sit on the toilet. They do serve a hot breakfast which the staff serves to you.Waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, cold cereal, muffins, coffee, juice, etc. Bring the tray under the ice bucket to breakfast - it's so much easier to handle the plates and beverages. The bathrooms are very small - pretty much close the door to sit on the toilet, Housekeeping will change your towels, empty trash if you request at the FRONT DESK. It is an older hotel but well maintained, very clean, Comfortable beds, good A/C, coffee in room, water in bottles available, ABQ Journal daily newspaper, nice lobby, masking and social distancing quidelines are followed. I plan to stay there again my next trip to ABQ. There are a couple of coffee shops in front of the Hotel.

This hotel was great, and a good price for what you get. They have a lot of rules in place too follow the states current covid restrictions, check the complaints of an over exaggeration of what's in place. They never stopped servicing a hot breakfast, and found a way to keep their pool open and safe, your just have to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes or so. But they have couches, complementary water, tv, and computers for public use while you wait.

The extra star is for the refund of one night. Our room was clean, but the front desk is sorely lacking empathy and communication. (This coming from a teacher.) Parking is at your own risk because "it's Albuquerque". We moved to a hotel elsewhere and felt safe. From the moment I arrived at the front desk, I was shaking in my boots not knowing if I was putting my family staying at this hotel. Eventually we moved elsewhere with better security in their parking lot, I guess. Lastly: please do what all other Best Westerns and hotels, in general, do during this pandemic with their swimming pools. Have reserved time slots on a schedule so that guests don't have to sit in the lobby area (in their swimsuits) 30 minutes - an hour waiting for a pool slot. It just makes sense. AND, very lastly, whoever is responding to these reviews - please don't take it so personally. It comes across: unprofessional. I don't recommend staying here without some changes. Go to the UPTOWN area for a safer stay. We stayed a week there without incident. Again, thanks for the one day refund on our two day stay. (And please don't state my full name in your reply, as you did on some of the other reviews. Thanks in advance.)

The worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life!!. I booked the hotel through Hotels.com, and when we got there, the room was dirty and smell very bad. I called the lobby and changed some furniture. I called Hotels.com, and they called the hotel and agreed to shorten my stay there and only stayed for one night because it was late. Hotels.com and the Hotel decided that I would check out early and give me credit for the second night. When I called to check my credit status, they refused the refund because they said I stayed in that Horrible hotel for two nights. The hotel is old and smells terrible, and it doesn't have a safe parking lot. They don't keep their commitment, and to add insult to injury, they are STEALING my money. DO NOT BELIEVE THE GOOD RATINGS ARE NOT TRUE. AVOID T HIS PLACE!!

After being on the road all day, nothing feels better than relaxing in a clean, comfortable room with soft beds. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the furnishings and the overall cleanliness of our room. We got a great night's sleep and our daughter especially enjoyed the complimentary hand lotion. We did have trouble with the vending machine - it wouldn't take any form of payment. It was partly due to our credit card company's anti-fraud program, but our cash didn't work either. We probably could have tried another vending machine, but we didn't. Breakfast was good. It was a little awkward having to request food items from a staff member, but the hotel was just following regulations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Albuquerque. The management did a great job keeping the hotel clean and it was apparent that they care about the well-being of the guests.

Really enjoyed the staff here. Close to the airport and the Air Force Base. Close to Old Town and Restaurants. Hotel is very quiet. Beds are comfortable and rooms are large. Really enjoy this hotel and have stayed here a few times.

This airport is close to the airport but you don't hear the airplanes come and go. Restaurants are near by. The Interstate 10 highway is close by. The rooms are large and comfortable. Always a good place to stay.

This was my choice in Albuquerque for the past 10 years and one of their unprofessional employees who is a little too empowered with his mask rules made me feel so bad that I will not stay here again. In fact, I had to drive back through Albuquerque and I stayed elsewhere already. If you are a female traveling alone, request an upstairs room as I was given a room on the first floor with no screen on the window and it opened AND did not shut securely, so I had to request a new room. In the morning, I was literally all alone, no one else around in the very back of the property attempting to use their coin laundry machine and this little boy employee walked past me and dragged me to the front desk to give me a mask, and they didn't have any, so he said I could not go back to the laundry room without my mask. The owners response was funny because, the mask is not my issue, the issue is how guests are being treated and the lack of class and decorum within. I mean, he was so unprofessional; I accidentally left my Ralph Lauren sheet there and the nice employee Marty, had it waiting for me and the mask cop boy saw me and didn't say hello or try to be fabulous, he put his head down and hid. My issue is also with the tacky tip jar with a scribbled note soliciting tips for a breakfast area that is rudely blocked off with tables. The people that would be giving a tip ARE adults and I just don't think they need a note explaining what a tip jar is or why they should give you one for liquid eggs, watered down coffee and impersonal service. Honestly the parking lot is so filled with transients, litter and street hustlers, I was just glad to see my vehicle wasn't robbed overnight - I intentionally parked by the office because when I attempted to park my car in view of my room window in back, there was a large group of transients drinking beer and rifling through a car in the space by my room. Apparently they have a budget to pay a mask detective, but not security to ensure the physical safety of their guests.

This place was fine for an overnight stay, was relatively clean and the front desk staff were very nice. I'm probably search elsewhere for another hotel in the area next time I'm around but it fit our needs for our stay. the hot breakfast was definitely a plus!!

wish we used them from the beginning the other that we stayed at were'nt as good and some was horrible and one a nightmare, this hotel offered a hot breakfast and they delivered a hot breakfast. just wish they had more locations

After our "go to" hotel near the Albuquerque airport was not available, we decided to give this Best Western a try. It has been remodeled from an older property, accomodations were okay, far from what we expected in the newly rebranded Best Westerns. Our biggest disappointment was the beds, they were as hard as a rock. They felt like old coil spring mattresses. We tried taking the bedding from one to add to the other to give it a bit more comfort, it was little help. The bed actually vibrated when the people next door would walk, the floor was that unsupported. The bathroom accommodations were tight, the sink is high and only one light bulb was working at the sink. I do appreciate that they offered a hot breakfast, served by staff.

Around Albuquerque there are a few places I trust for my Brother to stay. This is one of the very few I trust. Guess I have to use more than a bullet statement. Well, here in Albuquerque crime is kinda bad around the Interstate, this was just far enough away to be safe and close enough to get back on the freeway.

The hotel was very clean and the beds are awesome! Everything in our room was very clean and the rooms are big enough to move around comfortably. The only problem we encountered was the breakfast line was moving so slowly that we decided to skip it and get something elsewhere. I would suggest having more than one staff serving during this COVID ordeal.. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again when I come through.

After staying in various hotels in Albuquerque, the BEST WESTERN AIRPORT INNSUITES should be rated as one of the top hotels in the city The hotel was beyond my expectations. The room was spotless and the bedding and furnishings were as good as any high end stay in any city I've visited.

My worst travel experience ever, The hotel wait staff at this location is extremely rude. The kitchen staff were extremely condescending and acted as if they were going out of their way to provide us any service at all. At checkout I was over charged $118 and when I took it to the manager he was extremely rude condescending and at the end of the transaction walked away. After asking him to come back to the counter to acquire his name so that I could file a complaint against him he handed me his card, he then turned and walking away again. I would NOT recommend staying here go anywhere but here!

After checking into this hotel it felt like I was actually on a vacation. The overall "feel" of this facility is one of "vacationing". The pool, hot tub, just seemed to take you away from the stresses of the day!

I can't say enough about how impressive the Best Western chain of hotels has been during this challenging set of circumstances. On every occasion and at different locations it far exceeded our expectations and made traveling feel safe. Each hotel's staff exhibited such hospitality! The front reception staff, breakfast servers, maintenance professionals, shuttle drivers and housekeeping staff were all exceptional. To name any one individually would diminish the fact the entire team of staff members was fantastic. You all know who you are! Keep on smiling under those masks until we meet again, take care and be well!

Met up with some friends for the night, great place to stay, very clean, price was perfect and security made sure our vehicle's were safe. Breakfast was good, the pool and jacuzzi was amazing. Will definitely be staying there again.

Everything was absolutely perfect during our stay including friendly, professional staff, a delicious hot breakfast served with social distancing, very clean room with a comfortable bed, 24-hr fitness center, nice outdoor pool, hot tub and patio area with tables to enjoy eating outdoors, per-friendly but not one but smelly, and in a safe, well-lit area. They even have cold water bottles for tie arrival or departure. We plan to return to this Best Western by the airport every time we go through Albuquerque. Yvonne and the other front desk staff and breakfast servers were super friendly and helpful!

What a wonderful stay I had at this facility. I was redeploying abroad and needed transport around the local area, to cover last minute errands, and the staff moved mountains to help me. In spite of the COVID Pandemic, I was made to feel welcome and safe during my visit. It's nice, in these trying times, to stay at a hotel that takes such care with its' clients.

I have asthma so I can't wear a mask. They would not even let me eat breakfast even if I was sitting alone by myself without a mask on. They were very good. The bathtub was not cleaned and the room smelled horrible. Also they charged us for two extra rooms that we did not get and for other items. We can't even get a hold of the manager! Dishonesty, disgusting rooms, and discrimination! Never stay here.

While the facility is relatively clean, there is a great deal lacking for those who are here for business. No notice at check in of no water for the first day, so no shower or cleaning up before work. Air conditioner inadequate to cool room. 2nd day banging and motor thumping from roof and loud music next door. No help from front desk. 3rd day loud drum music vibrating the wall and bed from next door and front desk only offered to shorten our reservation but initially refused to help with situation. I would say if your here to party and tear it up, great place to stay. If your here to work and need to shower and sleep, probably need to look else where because the kid at the desk will not put himself out to help. Not my best stay in a hotel, that's for sure.

Myself and my adult daughter booked the King suite and it was a very nice stay. We were pleased to see cold water and sodas upon entering. We also were impressed with the pool schedule for COVID. They allowed 1 family each hour. The room has a huge with a separate living room and two full baths, a refrigerator and a microwave. The location is close to the airport and lots of restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

The hotel staff at the BW Airport InnSuites was exceptional in ensuring strict cleaning, and care in everything at the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, the service was exceptional, the handling of every aspect was well thought out, and well carried out by the staff. A HUGE BONUS was the pool was open with strict limits, but did allow the ability to enjoy some time relaxing.

Every time we stay Yvonne is always so kind to us. We love staying because we know we are always taken care of. Yvonne is such a great person and very friendly. I would recommend staying here it is very nice.

The property is very well kept. Location is a decent area. The evening staff was very rude and short with both of us. It was like she really didn't want to deal with anyone. After driving for hours the last thing you want is to be treated as if you are a pain. You want a friendly greeting. Value is about average.

This hotel is close to the airport. They have jaz suites which are in high demand. The hotel is clean as well as the rooms. There is easy access to the freeway (I25) The hot breakfasts are shut down due to the virus but they provide items to go. The hotel frequently upgrades the rooms and lobby. A good place to stay at a reasonable price.

It was hard for me to find a suite that consisted of a jacuzzi and rare to find here in the ABQ but Best Western will be the go to for us..Room was so cozy and clean..beautifully set up..bed was so comfortable and the icing on the cake was the jacuzzi..just amazing...so relaxing and roomy..5 stars and staff was so nice and very informative. We will be back soon..

For many years this Best Western was our go-to whenever my husband or I flew out of the ABQ Sunport- inexpensive and convenient- but our stay last November was so disappointing we will not stay there again. My car and the two cars parked next to mine were broken into and vandalized overnight while parked in their back parking lot. When we reported it to the hotel's security guard he said he had been driving the hotel's airport shuttle all night and no one was on security duty. When I called to speak to the manager I was directed to voicemail and never received a return call. When I left a negative review on a Best Western email survey I received a generic “we hope you'll give us another chance” email from the hotel's GM. The unsafe parking lot and lack of security, along with the poor response from management, are unacceptable. Had management responded in a way that valued our repeat business through the years we would have considered staying there again, however there is an abundance of better options around the airport.

The BW Airport in ABQ is one of the reasons I stay at BW. From the second I was greeted until I checked out, I was comfortable. I don't have room for too many specifics, but let's say it is was great!

I booked this hotel as part of a trip to see my parents in Arizona. The price was cheap due to the fact that New Mexico was barely out of quarantine. The room was nothing fancy, but the beds were comfortable and it was certainly quiet since we some of the perhaps 30 guests staying that evening. Initially we walked in and there was the faint odor of cigarette smoke, but once we got the air circulating the smell went to a minimum. The beds were decent, and fortunately I brought my own pillow as theirs were way to soft for my tastes. Breakfast was a to-go lunch due to lockdown regulations and an error to comply, so we opted not to get anything. Staff at check-in was as little rude and not very welcoming, as if we had intruded on something she was doing. When I asked for recommendations of somewhere to eat she named several fast food places, which were probably our only options anyway. Certainly would stay here again.

Although clean and tidy rooms are the most important feature of a hotel, good customer service makes the whole experience come together. The Front desk receptionist went above and beyond for us in these trying times. She offered to move us to the ground floor to avoid walking the many stairs with our luggage and also suggested that we park closer to the front desk so they could keep an eye out for us and our heavily packed car and bicycles on the car bike rack. Top marks for this lady.

To me, the most important aspect of a hotel is the cleanliness. I really do not care if it looks dated, as long as it is clean. This hotel was very clean. The beds were also very comfortable. The only downside was the walls were thin. I could hear the people next door and their whiny kid. The place was great and I would stay there again, just not next to people with young kids.

When we first got here, the property was a big property. Looked like a apartment complex. We were told they served snacks in the evening, we got there and it was a light lunch. The breakfast was good. The rooms were very nice and pleasant.

Best Western Airport Albuquerque Inn and Suites was amazing. This is a beautiful hotel. It has a retro feel but everything is so clean, classy, and elegant. The room is very comfortable. We felt at home and got such a good night's rest. The view we had overlooking the pool was great. It was sparkling blue! We got a chance to grab some breakfast on the way out and it was wonderful. They had a good variety of healthy and tasty options. Would love to return!

We have stayed her several times and love it each and every time. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. This time we got a different room and bed was a little hard for my liking but still loved it

Property was squeaky clean. Nice social snacks in evening and a fine breakfast in the morning. They did a fine job with the shuttle which was the principle reason I stayed there. Place was quiet and i would stay again

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Words cannot describe how beautiful this hotel is. You have to experience it for yourself. Beautiful rooms, beautiful décor, outstanding overall. The staff was ultra friendly and very professional especially Roci. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect little hide-away but easily accessible. Various restaurants within walking distances. Staff from managers to cleaning staff were very polite, respectful and made out accommodations excellent. We will most definitely be staying here on our future trips to Albuquerque .

This is a good place to stay, with excellent staff and a very nice pool area. They have a happy hour every night, at which they provide some nonalcoholic beverages and some food, which varies per night. Room and bed were comfortable.

The administrative and front staff at the Best Western Albuquerque Airport InnSuites was phenomenal. The office staff did a great job in communicating as well as in their organization. The front staff was more than patient and accommodating to various request for our differing teams. The hotel went above and beyond with a welcoming sign within the front lobby, provided snacks in the room with our logo and consistently provided bottles of water and cookies for our 120+ players and then the associated parents that traveled. I would highly recommend this hotel for an individual stay or group travel!

This hotel was great for our soccer trip with games in Albuquerque. They were very accommodating and made all aspects of the trip easy - even last minute changes on our part were no problem for them The hotel had lots of spaces for groups to meet and were always willing to open meeting rooms at a moments notice when we asked

Wonderful staff and breakfast. Room and facility is clean. They offer snacks from 5pm which is a bonus. Location is near key areas (airport, mall, restaurants, cinema, etc.). Will definitely use this hotel again.

I look for Best Western properties as they aee a great value and competitivly priced and this Best Western was no different. Very positive experience it is not too far from the Old town and Downtown and the University

This property is EXTREMELY difficult to find, even with GPS; it's old, jammed into a small, strange lot, and the parking overlaps and is crowded out by other hotels and restaurants. It badly needs a top-to-bottom rehab, like, maybe ten years ago. BUT. On my request for a quiet room on a busy Friday night, the desk clerk put me in a ONE THOUSAND SQUARE FOOT SUITE (paced it off). For under eighty bucks. And what I started noticing was that everything both in the room and around the property worked, right down to the solid "clunk" of the outside doors when they locked themselves behind me. So, yeah. Good work, people.

This hotel is older no elevator for taking multiple bags to your room. 2 flights of stairs. Even though they are only 5 minutes from the Airport they make you wait every 1/2 hr to get a ride which is ridiculours especially if they tell you different when you check in. If you don't mind outdate this is the place for you and you can wait every 1/2 hr for a trip to the airport. Its not for me at all they need to get with every other Hotel and do better. Install an elevator and make continuous trips to the airport, that was the least they could do after hauling all our luggage down 2 flights of stairs.

Awsome spacious suite. I was surprised at the large size of the rooms and double bathroom. Love the french doors. Breakfast was good and the ladies were friendly. Nice quiet area near airport with ample parking.

Let me start with what is great with this hotel - location, price, and staff...not necessarily in that order. The staff are great - friendly, prompt, answer your questions and get you to the airport on time! Price was wonderful considering that you get not only breakfast, but also a evening snack (ours was chicken fajitas, chips and salsa - delicious!). Literally the only thing keeping this from being a 5 star is ...we didn't sleep a wink. We heard every foot , paw, bowling ball, dumbbell, luggage cart sound, creaking every board above our heads. I don't know if Sumo wrestlers were practicing in the room above us or not, but it was loud. Hopefully it was just our impolite quests above us. I really wanted to give this hotel a better score cause everything else was spot on.

We stayed the the Best Western Airport. Place was clean and rooms were clean. Staff was out standing and very helpful. Breakfast had many different choices to choose from even for my picky eater kids.

Started staying here cause the Hotel I used to stay at was not being cleaned like it used too. This hotel is in a Great area close to airport, food and I feel safe there. No shady people around. The first time I had my puppy with me and they have pet areas with bags and cans conveniently at each end of hotel, pool and hot tub great breakfast and afternoon snacks. Will be making this hotel my regular place in Albuquerque!

I always enjoy staying overnight at the Albuquerque airport Best Western Hotel when I have an early flight out the next morning. The accomodations and hotel staff are VERY GOOD, comfortable, clean and friendly.

I arrive early so I called for their free shuttle service from the hotel and was told that I had to wait until 3 pm. So I did . But the shuttle never came. The guy at the front desk said he was there and walk up and down for me. Which was a lie because I was waiting for him. I had to pay for a taxi to take me. I also had trouble with my check in they did not want to give me my free night I had to call customer service and put them on the phone with him. I received a shock when I was told they could not give me a receipt. That they will email it to me. They charge me $50.00 for Cheetos stains. Terrible customer service and unlawful charges. Deciteful lier's.

Likes: Close to the airport. Good quality breakfast selections. Room was perfectly fine for an overnight stay before catching a flight. Shuttle pick-up from the airport car-rental facility as well as pick-up/drop-off from the airport. Process-Improvement Opportunity. If you need to use the shuttle to catch a flight, make sure you do two things: (1) ensure your room number is written down on a manifest for the shuttle; and (2) make sure personnel date the manifest. As you might guess, we made reservations on the shuttle for the next day, and showed up early the next day for that shuttle. Long story short, since apparently no one was listed on the hotel's shuttle manifest, a couple with a lot of luggage (not their fault - that's not the point) took up the entire shuttle. It is fortunate the hotel is really close to the airport - but we had to trouble-shoot by requesting the hotel make a second run to take us there. Fortunately, due to proximity and because we were there at a slow time, being bumped didn't impact us catching our flight. But - shuttle is small - so if you are there at Thanksgiving, Christmas, or any other more crowded time, this could end up being a really frustrating end to your trip. Would be readily fixed by minor quality control on attention to scheduling (together with appreciation that getting to the airport actually is a big deal to guests staying at this particular location!)

We usually stay at best westerns as our first choice as the quality and service is usually consistent even though each property is unique. This location was very pleasant, service was good and rooms very comfortable. Breakfast was nicely maintained with good options.

This is our preferred hotel when staying in Albuquerque. If you have a chance reserve a suite. It is well worth it. Having a separate room to watch TV on a couch is well worth the upgrade. The breakfast is nice. They also have snacks in the evening.In the evening there is always nachos and one other snack.

We have stayed at this Best Western location many times over the past 10 years. The staff have always been great, the rooms are always clean, up to date and comfortable. We have advised our friends to stay at this location, which they have, and they all say how awesome it was.

We enjoyed a one-night stay at Best Western Airport Albuquerque InnSuites. Our king room was located in a second building behind the main building, just a short walk out the back door. The building is older and well-built, and we enjoyed the quiet location of our room which had plenty of space. We appreciated the cleanliness of the room. Staff is top-notch. We called the hotel when we arrived at the airport on a Thursday evening; within 20 minutes, Rose cheerfully came to pick us up in the hotel shuttle. Once at the hotel, she quickly checked us in. The next morning, Marty gave us a ride to the car rental, and when we returned, he provided the balloon festival information he'd promised. Both of these teammates are an asset to the hotel. The comfortable king bed was flanked by tables large enough for a sleep machine. An upholstered chair provided a place to sit. The room also contained a work desk with task chair, a chest, a wall-mounted TV, a microwave, and a refrigerator larger than the normal hotel refrigerator. The bathroom was a nice size with a long vanity and a tub/shower with a good showerhead. Breakfast in the main building consists of several options, both hot and cold. We found enough to start the day. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others, and we would stay again.

Very close to airport. Every time we arrive late at night, we stay at this hotel before heading to Las Cruces. Good price, helpful staff, nice breakfast spread. Rooms are well equipped. Only complaint is that we could hear conversations taking place in the hallway.

On first look, I was disappointed with this hotel. The outside of the hotel looks run down, there is no automatic door, and no elevator. But beyond that, the rooms are clean and pretty comfortable, and breakfast want bad. It's super close to the airport and to the car rental center, so for the price it's a good choice.

We have stayed at this Best Western location for several years and keep coming back because of the excellent service and quality of our room and the amenities... very nice courtyard, pool & hot tub area; great breakfast and happy hour and excellent staff. This is probably the best Best Western we have stayed at.

The hotel is very close to the airport. The employees were so friendly and accommodating. They offered all you can eat tacos and sodas in the late afternoon hours..... and it was good. We have had a continental breakfast, but never a free dinner. We very much appreciated it. We had to leave very early in the morning and they offered to give us a breakfast to go. Our only complaint is that we felt the cost was way too high. I believe they jacked up the cost because of the Balloon Festival that was going. However, with that said, all of the hotels that I checked out also spiked their prices. I do not like being taken advantage of. With that said, yes, we would stay again.

When we first arrived, they said second floor no elevator. He offered twice to help carry our stuff, but it was a short climb. Appreciated the offer. Smaller hotel with big customer service. They had free Otis cookies and cold water at the desk. Then, free fajitas and nachos at 5pm with IBC Root Beer bottles and other items. We could have just had free dinner there! Room was great. Honestly, I just booked it because it was cheap, and we didn't plan to be in the room long. Actually a great find. My husband really enjoyed their free breakfast. He was thanking the staff for our stay.

I was very happy with this hotel; I stayed here in 2014 and it is still fabulous. Easy freeway access location but also very quiet, I slept very well and the suites are just very comfortable. No lack of food choices either, great location.

This place is exactly why I stay at Best Westerns. The greeting was warm and welcoming! They gave me a special bag for being a rewards member. Love that they have cold bottled water to grab whenever you need. The young lady who checked me in has top notch customer service skills. The room was clean. Bed is big and comfortable. No noise. Perfect for my quick trip! Highly recommend.

I stay at this hotel every time I fly. The rooms are very nice. The staff is welcoming and helpful. I would--and do--recommend this hotel to everyone. The price is fair. The shuttle service to the airport and return, and to nearby restaurants is excellent. And if you need a car park, there are several nearby.

Wonderful time. The kids enjoyed swimming. The coffee was great and it was nice to have a hot fresh breakfast. There was grass for our dog to be comfortable as well. I highly recommend this hotel .We will definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed 1 night before our flight back to Ohio. We couldn't believe that there was NO shower curtain!!! Also, our bed was so uncomfortable, the room fan was obnoxiously loud,the curtains would not close!!! We have to say the staff was friendly. Definitely would NOT recommend

Had to make multi-city trip over 3 days. Decided to stay in different Best Western inns (Albuquerque & Oakland). Of the 3 different inns (Sure Stay Plus, Airport InnSuites, and Plus Executive), our favorite overall was the Airport InnSuites. Great customer service, free shuttle, complimentary waters, “breakfast to go” for travelers leaving before breakfast, etc. And better deals than other Best Westerns. The other inns had great customer service, but they were more expensive and did not provide the additional complimentary amenities.

Rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly & helpful. Every morning there was a good, hot breakfast, they even have green Chile sauce for the eggs. Conveniently located and easy to get to various places in town!

I've stayed at this hotel before and had no problems. This time it was different. The hotel itself was nice. No problems, but when it came to my bill. I check my back statement & it showed they doubled swiped my card. So I was charged over $300 for a 1 night stay! And because of this, my bank funds went into overdraft. The hotel said it was my banks fault, for not keeping up with there computers changes. I'm sorry but, its NOT my fault for your hotel placed a hold on my card without my knowledge. And when I got there to check in they swiped my card again. And took additional funds for the hotel room. The room should have been $108 with taxes & fees. But ended up being billed $316! I'm still trying to ge this, bill fixed. Please watch your bill closely.

The rooms were nice and clean. The bed was comfortable, breakfast was satisfying, the pool was enjoyable and all hotel staff were super nice and helpful. One thing I would have to complain about is the parking. There is not that many parking spaces for the size of the hotel.

The sheets were high quality. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Area around pool large with tables and chairs. Breakfast was excellent- two choices on scrambled eggs-plain and with chilies. tortillas, bacon, gravy, biscuits, waffles. Lots of choices

Comfortable, affordable hotel in a very convenient location only 5 mins from ABQ Sunport Airport and off-site rental car return center. Very friendly staff! Nice outdoor pool, hot tub and patio area open until 10 pm.. Good variety of food for breakfast. Plus, they provided complimentary snacks and soft drinks in the evening that we were happy to enjoy upon our arrival, especially after a long day of driving from Colorado. I would definitely stay here again,.

For the money, this was a convenient and comfortable stay. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The hot breakfast had good choices and seemed freshly done. I would suggest, however, booking your room on the top floor as you can hear people walking above you and crying babies if you are on a lower floor.

I was a bit worried about staying here because it's next to the airport and the room was was so reasonable. Boy was I surprised! It wasn't loud from the airport, the free amenities were great (full breakfast, afternoon snacks in the breakfast room, microwave, mini fridge, iron & ironing board, coffee/tea in room, comfortable king-sized bed). I would definitely stay here again should I return to Albuquerque. I appreciated the shuttle to the airport every half hour (let front desk know you'll be using it).

The staff exceeds my expectations in accommodating my requests. The rooms are clean and comfortable. This location is my favorite! Especially since they have a jacuzzi in the room... it's definitely worth the money and stay.

This was a great place to stay. The kids enjoyed the pool while I relaxed in the Jacuzzi. They have a complementary Full hot breakfast, cereal, pancakes, waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs with and without chili, and the best chili sauce that tasted like it was homemade. Room was nice, clean and spacious. It felt like home minus the pool the pool that was a bonus for the kids.

Nice property near the Sunport, airport. You can hear planes occasionally, but not too loudly. The hotel is clean and well kept, and is up-to-date, as far as the decorating goes, if you like that sort of thing. I will definitely be staying there on my next trip to Albuquerque.

Good location near Albuqerque Airport and the airport car rental center Decent room and buffet breakfast. Transport to and from not only the airport but the car rental center. We used it as a way station on our trip to Santa Fe.

Everyone who worked in this hotel was very kind and always helpful. The building and room was nicely decorated and the breakfast and snacks were delicious! The pool and hot tub area was beautiful and a nice way to relax.

The hotel staff was fabulous! The only negative is that they don't have elevators, but the staff is very conscious of that and will walk your luggage up to your room and walk it down when you are ready to leave. I arrived about 15 minutes early and they were able to get me in my room right away. They had afternoon snacks from 4:30 to 6--that was so unexpected and an excellent thing for someone who traveled several hours back to Albuquerque to fly out at 6 am the next morning. Pleasant experience and next time I'm in Albuquerque I will stay here!

Great place to stay in Albuquerque. The motel was clean and check in was fast with friendly staff. The room was clean with clean bedding, clean bathroom, and plenty of towels. The bed was firm and comfortable. The room was modern and the sink was outside the bathroom. The shower was great! Breakfast was the best with lots of good options! It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

The room was very comfortable and a nice size. Large TV. Seemed to be a very safe area. The breakfast is excellent. Many choices including eggs etc. I would definitely stay again. The building was a nice southwestern look to it.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Location was perfect, right up the road is Frontier and El Patio both great restaurants. The hotel also offers a free breakfast buffet which is great! The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Hotel staff was very polite and helpful and got us checked in right away. No complaints at all, would definitely stay here again.

I always stay at this hotel whenever I go to Albuquerque. I travel alone and find the hotel and parking lot safe. Most often I am going through Albuquerque on my way from Tucson to CO. It is clean and great beds and pillows (my hot point when traveling). Great high speed internet. Easy to find and a Starbucks nearby.

We stayed one night on our vacation. There is no elevator but staff will help you with your bags if you need assistance. There is an ice machine on the first level only but it wasn't too far from our room. The room was very quiet and I never heard any airport noise while we were in the room. The hotel is very very close to the airport and if I ever fly out of Albuquerque I would absolutely stay here. The breakfast was a standard buffet which was adequate.

We used to stay at this hotel years ago when flying in and out of Albuquerque. It was nice back then - with a garden Courtyard which was great for letting the kids run around when they were small. My first time back in many years, I was happy about the rooms & lobby upgrades. Staff was super accommodating and friendly. Bed was comfortable and walls/windows blocked sound well. Parking at $10/week beats all nearby lot prices. I'll be back.

I wanted to have as many out of town travelers at one location. I think we managed to book 7 rooms. There were a few "snags" while checking in, but they were taken care of VERY quickly and with such ease that it was more of a non issue than anything, and I only mention it to extend my thanks to the personnel working at that time. I really liked the room names - we were in the Roswell Innsuite, much to the delight of my oldest child! The personalness of the individual room names was a nice touch. The only "complaint" I could mention is that the breakfast area was HOT!! The food choices were good. A lot of "New Mexico touches" with the option of the salsa for your eggs. The room was just...hot. And, unfortunately, the combination window/door faces east. Some form of cooling during the summer months might be something to check into. During the night of July 12, the fire alarm at a neighboring hotel went off - we never heard it and only learned about it from a family member out for a smoke. I don't think others in my group were aware until it was mentioned. I would absolutely recommend this location. And I thank you all for your care of my family group while we were there.

We loved staying in this hotel! We had a lovely room, relaxing time at the pool, and the breakfast was delicious! Each of the rooms even has its own name, how cute! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!

Standard size room. Room was clean, decent breakfast. Added bonus was the balcony off our room, we weren't expecting it. It only was overlooking the parking lot, but it was still nice to sit out there in the morning with coffee while we fed the baby.

Chose them because they were close to the airport. Staff was friendly place was relatively clean. Problems with loud guests but that isn't the hotels fault. Warm cookies and cold water in the lobby. We were up to early for breakfast BUT 24 shuttle to and from the airport was very nice

I stayed here for 8 days for a softball tournament. I would rank it with a motel 6. On the positive side I have to say the beds were comfortable and the desk staff was friendly. The bathroom was very small, no dresser or drawer space. House service cleaned most of the room but missed making beds or taking out trash daily. We had to go to the front desk for tissue paper after 2 days of asking for it The worst part house keeping left our door ajar after semi cleaning it. We were out all day and came back to find the door opened. NOT happy, I went to the front desk to talk to someone and was told "sorry". I would never stay here again.

I suggest this hotel especially if you are having an early departure from the Sunport. Shuttle service, free breakfast....but if you are leaving very early you receive a take out breakfast bag. Easy parking...I left my car in their parking lot while I made a one day roundtrip. Made in very easy.

Great stay at this Best Western. I try and always stay at a BW if I can. The staff here are exceptional. Must have great management. The hotel is older but well taken care of. Very pleased with the service. The housekeeping staff are awesome! Great pick!

We stayed here for the last few days of our vacation because it was close to the airport. We booked a suite as it was just a few dollars more than a standard room and it was worth every penny. It was very spacious, with a separate bedroom and two bathrooms. We were there for three nights so it was nice to have the extra room. Breakfast was decent, but crowded. The only issue we had was that we discovered, after a long day out, that housekeeping had not come. We had agreed not to have the sheets and towels changed every day so that was not an issue, but the waste paper basket needed to be emptied. We told the front desk and didn't have a problem after that (but had to make do with an overflowing waste paper basket until the next day). The location was very convenient for the airport and rental car return.

Stopped here on my way driving back home to Nevada from a combination pleasure/business trip to New Mexico. Wasn't visiting Albuquerque this time around, so it was a way station stop but I did notice that it would have been basically going down one street and a turn either left/right to get to any of the popular attractions--so I made a note for next time. Room was attractive, clean, well maintained, linens crisp, carpet clean and fresh to walk on without feeling need to have socks on all the time. I noticed black washcloth at the sink and it said "makeup" and even though I don't wear makeup (a guy), I thought that was a nice add-on along with the sealed makeup wipes they provided. I always go for the hot breakfast items at Best Western and they were certainly available, palatable, warm, and plentiful/replenished---scrambled eggs, sausage, and (kind of rare amount BW's) hash brown potatoes.which was a welcome surprise since I'm wheat-intolerant. That said there was a selection of muffins, cereals, and bread for toasting. Related to breakfast service, another nice add-on was as I checked in in the late-afternoon/early evening, they offered a complimentary hot-snack buffet in the breakfast area of taquitos, nacho fixings, and cold sodas. This was a perfect refresher after the day's long drive--a total surprise and just the thing to take the edge off. Another plus for the way station traveler like myself, I did NOT have to get into the car again to go get an evening meal as there is a "Denny's-like" diner just in front, but going out for a stroll that evening there was right in walking distance a Waffle House and a Fuddrucker's. My only complaints would be very minor; the walls could be a little more insulated as there was a chatty family next door and I heard them talking and repeatedly opening and closing their curtains (but they eventually settled down, eventually what everybody does at hotel is SLEEP, right?). One thing that made me smile is that all of their 1st floor rooms (didn't go up to 2nd to check) have names--mine was "White Sands Innsuite". Of course as a solo traveler I took just a single-king room, but it made ask myself "Did they make a mistake and send me to the wrong room?" But I was not disappointed to enter a clean and tidy accommodation. I did make me feel first-class each time I put in the card key and saw the sign though. :)

This place has the best deals, the sweetest and most helpful staff. They always go above and beyond. The breakfast is amazing. The location is convenient. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Lots of room for lounging. Good Internet speed.

Although this hotel has small rooms that felt a little cramped, there were many positives that made our stay worth it. The staff (everyone we encountered at the front desk, breakfast, and housekeeping) were ALL friendly and helpful. I was incredibly impressed with their kindness and willingness to help. Breakfast was hot and had a good variety of options. Proximity to airport was great and shuttle service was excellent. Very prompt!

Had the pleasure of staying here the other night with a group of friends after a concert in town, and the staff was fantastic! I called earlier in the day to let them know that we would be arriving a bit late and they had our keys prepared and our rooms all checked in so that all I had to do was sign a few dotted lines and we were in the rooms within 5 minutes, which was great! The rooms were spacious and clean, with soft pillows that were not worn out, fluffy towels, and a super comfy bed. Each room has a small balcony too which is great! Breakfast was great in the morning, hot fresh waffles are always the best!! The breakfast area was bright and airy, with a great selection of hot and cold breakfast offerings (cereal, oatmeal, waffles, fruits, yogurt, and on and on) and the staff was very attentive so tables were clean and nothing got cluttered. All around a fantastic stay, definitely recommended!

As long as you do not get a room in the main building, you will sleep well. The noise in the main building is very loud. However, the back building is great, pleasant, and quiet. The only problem is the maid service doesn't really do much in the back room unless asked. Descent price for stay though. Good breakfast items, if they are restocked.

I liked this hotel. We arrived at about 4pm and check in was completed quickly. Our room was big enough, had two Queen Beds and was nice and clean. The room had it's own little balcony with a little table and two chairs. There was a fridge, microwave, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and coffee maker. It also contained a large TV with lots of channel choice. The sink/ amity unit is located outside of the bathroom. We were informed, on arrival, that there was a social “hour” in the Breakfast Room from 5pm to 6.30pm weekdays. Guests could have cold non-alcoholic drinks, nachos, cheese, chili etc. along with coffee or tea. There was a nice outdoor pool and a jacuzzi, along with some sun beds and seating. There was also a BBQ there. I noticed that there was a special lift to enable access to the pool and jacuzzi for persons with disabilities. Breakfast was good. You could have orange juice, apple juice or cranberry juice, Tea, coffee, cereals, bread, mini muffins, Danish pastries and bagels. There was a bowl with apples, oranges and bananas. You could have scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausages. You could also make waffles and they had pancakes and yoghurts. There are some eating establishments within walking distance. Check out was swift and we were on our way to continue our road trip very satisfied with our short stay in Albuquerque.

... especially near the Sunport. This is an older property, apparently well-maintained. The room was clean, located as I had requested, and everything worked. Breakfast was, as usual for a Best Western, better than the offerings at Hoiiday Inn Express or Hampton Inn.

We stayed only 1 night and chose this hotel because of its very close proximity to the airport. The hotel has a free shuttle service, you have to call to let them know you want to be picked up, either from the airport or from the car rental plot. The staff we met (drivers and at reception) were very friendly and helpful. The room is basic but very clean and leaves nothing to be desired. The only thing we don't particularly like at BW is breakfast; plastic knives and forks, paper plates and a limited choice, but it suffices.

Airport pick up (need to call from airport) and grab&go service (notify is needed) is nice. Down stair room is noisy with walking step noise from up stair. Delay return of the guarantee charge from credit card.

I chose this location for my last night in NM because it was so close to the car return at Sunport - literally 1/2 mile. Also I prefer Best Western as I am an awards member and like earning free stays. My usual choice is the BW Rio Grande Inn, but I had a morning flight and wanted to be closer to the airport. This place was a bit disappointing. The 'evening social hour' was nothing but cheap store bought chips and canned :salsa: with a few frozen taquitos, and no drinks, but a can of diet coke! There was a snack vending machine down the hall, but it was out of order. no onsite restaurant and no bar. Parking was a little confusing and some doors would not open with hotel key card. The pool looked nice but at the time was full of high school kids, so ! did not try it. I was given a large jacuzzi suite which was nice and clean, and huge!. Jacuzzi was awesome but some of the lights did not work and the furnishings could use an upgrade. Breakfast was OK.

It was a very nice hotel and they gave us a suite which we didn't ask for but was a nice surprise. But it was on ground floor next to check-in, so very very noisy! We stayed 2 nights and we thought housekeeping would at least take our dirty towels and trash the second day but nobody did. That was kind of disappointing.

While we didn't use the airport shuttle, I saw it operating and the hotel is super close to the airport (which was great for us with dropping off the rental car and getting to an early flight). Hotel is just fine. Our room was 2nd floor (there are no elevators), but I would not have wanted to be on the first floor because the rooms all had patios which could have allowed an easy break-in on the first floor. Hotel was perfectly clean; no complaints of any kind

This hotel is close to the airport and is great for those overnight stays with early morning flights. We had no need for a car since they will take you anywhere with a five mile radius. That got us to Old Town as well as Nob Hill. Very nice, new rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Our room was very large two queens since the grandchild was with us. the pool area was also nice with BBQ if wanted to use. Breakfast was top notch and the coffee was on all day, that is a great thing for me. Check in and out was super fast and the staff was all real nice.

If you need a place five minutes from the airport with an on time shuttle, this is an ideal location. Sheets and towels were clean and scent-free. Very clean and ideally located for easy and fast transportation to the airport.

This property is not only covenient to the airport but for the cost and amenities they offer it is well worth staying here. It is quiet, clean and the staff including the front deak to the cleaning personnel are extremely professional and helpful. They resolve any issues quickly and are happy to do so. Highly recommend this Hotel if you nedd to stay in the area.

Stayed here first and last night of our time in Albuquerque—in order to be near the airport. Great room, super clean. Good service, breakfast, and amenities. The hallways could be brightened up a bit with stronger lighting. Other than that, great value and comfort.

Called for shuttle. When it had not arrived 40 minutes later I called back. Same “Brian” told me he got busy and had forgotten to send them. Watched other Hotel shuttles make the loop at least 3 times each while waiting.

We had a comfy, modern room. There was a nice afternoon reception with snacks and beverages to welcome you home for the evening. Easy parking. Breakfast included. Nice pool. Great for business or family travel.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past years. This is the first time I was disappointed. Too many changes and not all for the good. Breakfast was the same but some of the times that should have been hot were cold. Noise during the night was horrendous. When you call two days in advance to ensure that everything is in place when you arrive and then there is no record of conversation and reservation was not accurate. It has been better, as previously stated, first time disappointed.

We were moving cross country with two large dogs and a cat in tow. We were welcomed and the room was spacious. The entire facility was well maintained and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Only drawback: the breakfast area was tiny and overcrowded. The set up did not allow for an easy flow to get your food.

The day after we got to our hotel we realized there was a huge pee stain on the under sheets. Toilet paper wasn't being filled as often. I was also charged an extra $100 for the hold. It was supposed to be only $50, but instead my card was charged $150.

Great stay! Check-in was super fast and the front desk attendant was very friendly. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Everything was very clean and our stay was very quiet and refreshing. Proximity to the highway was convenient and breakfast was wonderful. Next time we come through Albuquerque we will most certainly stay here again!

Probably our favorite hotel so far this tour! Huge clean beds and the bathroom was spotless. Front desk was very accommodating on any questions we had and were extremely friendly. The best part was the deck/patio that was located in our room! We were able to get some fresh air and relax outside our room! Hoping to make it back to Albuquerque soon so we can stay at the great hotel.

Overall, I was pleased with the service. The shuttle drivers were extremely professional and got me to my destination on time. The biggest issue I had was that the ATM was broken so I could not tip the shuttle drivers.

While the layout of this place isn't the greatest, and the furniture and appliances could be better and more up to date, the staff was uniformly friendly, helpful and outgoing. Pros: Clean, great staff, free shuttle not only to the airport but to anywhere within 5 miles (note that you need to book with a bit of notice and also they have a weird rule about only leaving the hotel on the hour or the half hour ???). There's coffee & tea available pretty much all night, with full breakfast included (nothing fancy, but adequate). Rooms have coffeemaker, mini fridge and microwave. Super close to the airport, but didn't notice much noise. No extra charge for internet/wifi Cons/not perfect: The bed and the pillows were only ok, and the heater/Ac in room was very noisy and switched on and off all night if you leave it even on a low temp (it was cold). Also, the lamp and the clock radio that were on one side of the bed were not even plugged in, and there wasn't anywhere to plug them in. The in-room amenities are only ok - coffeemaker is the kind with the little plastic 'filter" with a coffee pod and the coffee was a bit stale and there were only styrofoam cups in the rooms (mugs would just make such a difference...) BUT it was there (note I was able to get some little pods of half and half from the breakfast room so that I didn't have to use the powdered creamer at least. Overall, an acceptable, reasonably priced stay - highlight was the staff - at all hours they were great.

This is a great airport hotel. The desk staff and shuttle drivers are all very friendly and informative. The room was very clean and fresh. The hotel has a social hour in the early evening but our bad timing caused us to miss it. We will definitely stay here the next time we go to ABQ!

This Best Western has re-opened my eyes to give other Best Western hotels a look-see when booking hotels. It used to be that I wouldn't even consider staying at one. I've stayed here four times, now. It is extremely clean. The staff is super friendly. It is very close to the airport, and I always fly out on a 6 a.m. flight, so it really works for me. The beds are comfortable, linens/towels clean and fresh. The only "dated" thing still in the rooms are the high sinks. Everything else has been remodeled. I've since moved to New Mexico, but I'd highly recommend that anyone needing a hotel near the airport for an early flight out to consider staying at the Best Western Airport Albuquerque InnSuites.

Nice, clean, and reasonable place to stay in ALB. Close to airport and dining. Easy on and off I-25. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Everything is close by. They have a nice quick buffet Breakfast in the morning and have a snack in the evening.

It's not often that the hotel room is so nice that you'd rather hang out there than explore the surrounding area, but that's what happened to us when we stayed in the presidential suite at Best Western Airport Albuquerque InnSuites Hotel & Suites. Robes and extra towels were provided for the in room jacuzzi, which was spotless and the jets were powerful and soothing. The suite had two rooms, two sinks, two televisions, and quick and easy access to the parking lot. We also particularly appreciated the quality of the provided soap, and the plush bed linens and pillows! We ate a delicious breakfast of eggs, english muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt, and coffee. Much thanks to the friendly and helpful staff!

Albuquerque, NM is a beautiful and diverse city. The Best Western Albuquerque Airport Hotel & Suites, belongs in this city's ranks. Simple and clean, yet the staff and additional amenities are abundantly helpful. From free cookies to welcome your stay, to the comfy pool and convenient laundry service. There is even personal patio space outside each room! We eat our fair share of hotel breakfast, mostly of the continental variety, but this breakfast buffet was a full-blown meal... and it was egg-cellent! Only about a 5 minute drive to the airport, this hotel is a budget minded airport travelers dream. Solid 5 out of 5 stars... we'll definitely be staying again!

The rate was certainly reasonable, and the staff was pleasant and courteous. Breakfast was mediocre at best We had a faulty light fixture that they kept replacing the bulb in but it would go out again within hours. Overall the room was dark and hard to see or use the coffepot in the little cubby they had it in beside the TV. The bed was comfortable, the pillows not so much. Heating system was good and also quiet.

This was our second stay at Best Western Inn and Suites in Albuquerque, NM. They continue to impress us. We've all had that experience where we've went to check in and for some reason, there's not a reservation. The front desk person was extremely accommodating and professional. She ran through our previous stay information and found out a way to correct our situation. She was very patient with me as well. It's not necessarily these moments that you remember happening, but what they did with that moment. She made the moment unforgettable by providing quality customer service. From there it got even better. Parking was easy. And that's saying a lot because we have a 15 passenger van. Then there's the room. It was excellent. We had a kitchenette and vanity. We love these little extras. It makes the stay all the more comforting. The beds were soft and the breakfast was hot, fresh, and delicious! We always love the variety BW offers on breakfast foods. It was a great stay and we highly recommend Best Western Suites Inn and Suites if you're in the Albuquerque area.

My family and I stayed here for the night after arriving at ABQ on a late night flight. It could not have been more convenient. Quick drive from the airport and up the block from a Waffle House that's open 24 hours...perfect :) The hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

Their staff was very helpful and friendly. The transportation to the airport was very professional and the pick up from the airport was on a timely manner. If you need a place to park your vehicle instead of pay parking at an airport, be picked up from the airport and a place to sleep this is an excellent place to use.

My two nights at this BW couldn't be better. rheir complementary food is good but what's exceptional is the free rides 24/7 in a 5 mile radius. Makes going to area food scene a pleasure. Attentive and pleasant your staff, proximity to ABQ, and to good local restaurants is key. Only drawback is that its an old construction but the service makes up for that.

The Best Western Airport Albuquerque exceeded our expectations. The extravagantly designed architecture perfectly complimented the highly efficient hotel staff who were extremely cheerful and accommodating. The bedding was soft, the showers hot, and the cuisine extraordinary.

When we got to the Hotel we were upgraded to a Suite, best room I ever stayed in. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful. Shuttle service to the Airport was flawless, drivers were very helpful and friendly. Great stay!

My husband and I recently spent three nights at this Best Western....overall we were very satisfied with everything. The front desk staff were more than accommodating when we had multiple date changes due to cancelled flights...the room was large, quiet and well stocked with everyhting we needed. The wifi was strong and constant and the included breakfast offered plenty of variety to get us going on our day. The only hitch we had was that our wake up call was completely forgotten....this could have been a huge issue for us if we were depending totally upon that call to get us up on time for our flight ( we weren't, but when we checked at the front desk to see why the call hadn't come through, we were told that no one noted the time the call should happen...we had been very specific about that wake up call, so someone really dropped the ball with this.) I would give this hotel a 4.5 out of 5, only because that wake up call is an important thing to get right.

When booking for a hotel near the airport, every facility cost over 200 dollars. BW was significantly. The room was comfortable and adequate, with free shuttle and breakfast (or a grab and go option) available.

We were in the car 14 hours hitting 3 snow storms so arriving and seeing multiple police cars right down the street and having to move the car for the ambulance pulling in was a little uncomfortable for two ladies traveling by themselves! But having Village Inn Restaurant outside the door to eat dinner and the icing on the cake wasn't fantastic Lemon Artichoke Chicken Dinner! Breakfast the next day was nice with having hot meal choices as well at the hotel. Beds were comfy but we stayed in a wheelchair accessible room and when I took my shower water got all over the floor.

We have stayed 4 times and will continue to stay when we visit Albuquerque. It is clean and feels safe. The location is obviously close to the airport, but it provides easy access to most any where. Staff are helpful. The breakfast is yum too

Close to major roadways, places to eat, easy access to car rental return to airport, clean well staffed. No safes in room, No elevators to upper floors. Plenty of parking well lighted, quite surroundings, good breakfast. We would staff again.

All of the staff at this hotel went above and beyond during our stay. The room was new and clean. They were bringing in more brand new mattresses while we were there. We were given fresh hot cookies at check-in, delicious!

The staff was so helpful and efficient. The check in clerk asked us if we knew the way to our room. We said yes and headed off in the wrong direction. He came after us and the walked us all the way to make sure we got it right. Room very nicely done and clean. The most creative breakfast bar we have ever encountered.

They made me feel like i was checking in at a Ritz Carlton. the hotel was exceptional, was clean, great rooms, parking was a small issues, breakfast was hot and ready, but then best part was how Marty greeted you with a smile and was very professional and knowledgeable with the area and very quick witted i really enjoyed talking to him. Sara is an amazing person, she so kind and always on top of her task. i had the pleasure of talking to her for a short period of time while i was at the desk but she would be a great Manager or GM someday. thank you all again for a great time. We booked this property because it was close to the airport. It was a little older than we were expecting and not as high a quality. The front desk recommended a fabulous restaurant and the van driver for our courtesy shuttle was wonderful. Great for a quick stop. Really close to the airport.

This is my second time staying at this Best Western in the lovely ABQ. I was impressed the first time and ended up enjoying it just as much during my second stay. This hotel is a shining example in the Best Western chain. Great location, great rooms, courteous staff, and parking security guard. I was hoping they would still do their complimentary mid afternoon snack and they still had it going. I slurped down some surprisingly tasty nachos and chicken fingers. The Hot tub was boiling and felt great in the unusually cold ABQ weather. I will absolutely be looking forward to staying here again.

First time in Albuquerque and felt right at home. Very chill atmosphere and the surrounding diners are pretty good. Rooms were big and clean. Wish I could've jumped in the heated pool but it was too cold outside.

We always stay at BEST WESTERNS because of price, beautiful room and the amazing breakfast! Beds are almost always very comfortable and a great shower is very important!! I highly recommend any BEST WESTERN your pretty much going to have a great stay!

I am in town for medical reasons. Staying at my son's apartment is nice but I needed to treat myself to a special night. The Jacuzzi Suite was the perfect thing. The rooms were breathe taking . The in room Jacuzzi was so relaxing that I have decided that I deserve another stay. What better way to show that this is the place to go.

I often fly out of ABQ and have stayed at several hotels near the airport. This Best Western is a great choice. 24 hour shuttle that was very prompt and convenient. Friendly helpful employees. Excellent hot breakfast, which is rare these days, as most hotels tend to cut corners on breakfast, it seems. My room was very comfortable too, and clean. The parking area is a little bit cramped but it was okay.

I was travelling with an 11-year old and 2 pets. It was a small hassle to take my dog through the hallways to the lawn out back but that's just nitpicking. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and even let us grab breakfast a little late. We were pretty wiped out from driving across country. Pancakes were delicious and I was so grateful to be able to make just one. ( I usually avoid the make it yourself waffles/pancakes because I end up wasting half of them.) Would happily stay here again! ( I think they offered free nachos but we didn't get there in time.)

Last time I stayed at Crown Plaza, industrial location, farther from airport, more expensive, no free breakfast. Best Western Airport is just as good. You can tell the owner gives staff some authority over their jobs and it shows in efficient, friendly service. Small pool, exercise room, even a free snack of nachos and chips and salsa at 5:30. The breakfast is good, free shuttle to the airport. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, Village Inn, Waffle House Fuddruckers, even Sabor de Juarez for authentic chuleta. 4 star hotel with 5 star service.

While this isn't the newest hotel in Albuquerque, the staff make it one of the most welcoming. Great service, friendly staff everywhere from check in to check out. Clean, great free breakfast. Very comfortable beds.

I was impressed by how modern and well-kept the hotel was. The rooms are very nice and the TV actually has the full guide from Direct TV so you find programs. The staff was friendly and helpful. The prices are great for the size of the room and location. It is located in an easy spot to get to the airport and Kirtland AFB or Sandia Labs easily. A few minor things are the small parking lot, the room was a bit load from road noise, and I personally didn't like the shower head. Other than that, it was great.

We were on a road trip and chose this BW by chance, Good luck on our part. While it was an airport hotel air traffic noise was not an issue. We were greeted warmly and as we had a BW reward card and had used it frequently during our trip we were upgraded to a suite. Having extra space was very much appreciated. The hotel offers shuttle service within a five mile area so we were able to eat in the Nob Hill area without taking our car. In the morning breakfast was fresh and appetizing. A very enjoyable stay.

Stayed here while in town for the New Mexico Bowl. Front desk staff was very nice and friendly. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Only issue was that there was only 1 light switch in the bathroom, it controlled the light above the vanity and also the light in the toilet/bathtub area. So if someone got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and turned on the light, the whole area was illuminated waking everyone else up. Not that big of a deal but odd. The breakfast was the good each morning we were there. Hotel is right near the airport which was convenient.

It was nice place, friendly staff, good food, convenient to many places. The room was a bit small, could hear when a room turned on the water, there was a small bag of trash that sat outside the bedroom door in the hallway. But overall, it was nice. I would recommend this hotel.

I was not planning to go to Albuquerque, but because a snow storm we had to make a detour and sleep in Albuquerque. I made a reservation by a smartphone and arrived at 2PM at the Hotel. The room was not ready, since the check in is at 3 PM. We went to lunch and when we came back to the hotel they gave to us an upgrade to a suite that was excellent. Staff friendly, room perfect and breakfast was OK

Overall the customer service was very good checking in and out. However, the toilet clogged around 11 PM and when we called downstairs the front desk person said they were very busy, but he would try and get someone to come up and fix it. I stayed up until 2 AM and no one came to fix it, which means the room stunk and we were unable to use the bathroom in our room for the rest of the evening and morning. Unacceptable

It is great to be able to visit new cities and not break the bank. Our hotel was clean and comfortable. It was a short distance from downtown, clean, quite and comfortable. Staff was friendly, lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays I would definitely will stay here again.

Decent room, good breakfast and evening snacks. Good value, too. One quirky aspect of our stay was the main light switch control, which was hooked to the bedside lights and a wall sconce. So it was necessary to get out of bed to turn out the light. Not a big deal, but a little weird.

When I pulled up to this hotel, I noticed a large school bus and several kids in the lobby area. From past experiences, I prepared myself for some sleepless nights. When I checked in, the desk clerk informed me he was putting me in the "executive building". Once I got to my room, it became clear why he mentioned this. The kids were in a totally separate building. I slept like a log in that super quiet executive building and never even saw a kid. That alone made the whole stay worth it. The room was very clean and the bed was new. The breakfast room was stocked with hot food and was also very clean. The staff in the breakfast area were all very pleasant and friendly. The pool area and hot tub were both clean and in good working order. The only issue was no pool towels. No problem though....a member of the staff walking by brought me one from the laundry. This is a great hotel with a really good staff.

Check in was super smooth and rooms were very clean. The parking lot was plenty big which was great considering I have a big truck. The room was spacious and clean. Comfy bed and pillows and the towels are soft! Close by the air port, which is very a big bonus. They also had an indoor hot tub! Great stay all around!

I had an outstanding stay here! I arrived very late (around 4am) and the staff was extremely helpful in getting me in my room and situated in a timely matter. The rooms were so clean and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great and really allowed me to be clean after a long day of traveling and explore Albuquerque. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area!!

Upon arriving at the Best Western in Albuquerque, you notice that the parking lot is clean and in a nice area. There are a few restaurants within walking distance around the property as well. I was traveling in a van with a small trailer and they had ample parking for us in front of the lobby. Our check in was quick, friendly, and very welcoming. I was offered water and a fresh cookie while being informed that there would be a small social hour in the kitchen in the evening, as well as breakfast in the morning. I noticed that there was a television with flight information and a shuttle that ran to the airport, and the staff were helping folks with their transportation and flight information to and from. Very neat service if you plan on flying. Our room was on the first floor, and I must say it was very spacious. We had 2 queen beds, a pull out couch, and a writing desk. The bed was plenty comfortable and had plugins around it for our wireless devices. The room was very clean and up to date. The shower had great water pressure and was even tall enough for me (I'm 6'5). We took advantage of the amenities at the hotel. The social hour was great, and had nachos and meatball sandwich sliders, as well as bottled water and sodas. We dipped our feet into the spa and enjoyed the warmth of the water and noticed they had a bbq on site too. The breakfast in the morning was nice as well. The parking we had initially upon arriving back late that night was gone. We parked in the rear lot but we're not worried, as they had someone walking the lot throughout the night to prevent theft. That's an amenity if you ask me, and one that I am very thankful for above the rest. All in all, I was impressed by this Best Western. It's been a long time since I've stayed with the chain, but if this is a sign of what they are doing I'll be staying with them more often.

This is one of my favorite Best Western's I have stayed at! We had a suite with two rooms and two bathrooms! The bed and pillows were so comfortable. It had the perfect combination of soft and firmness. We checked in super late (7AM) because we were driving from Phoenix that night. The front desk had our keys all ready for us and we were in our room within minutes. They also had some great breakfast, providing a variety of quick foods to eat on the go like yogurt and muffins! Would absolutely stay here again when I'm traveling through the Albuquerque area!

A coworker and I were looking to save money by splitting a room and saw there was an inexpensive suite option. The suite had 2 rooms AND 2 bathrooms - awesome. One room was a king bed and the other a sofa/sofa bed, with doors that close between. Looks like 2 adjoining rooms converted to one bigger room. TV in each. No hairdryer in the room but just ask the front desk. Breakfast was tasty with lots of options including a pancake maker and waffle makers. Hotel shuttle to and from the airport worked out great. Across the parking lot from late-night dining options! Overall great stay.

I stayed in the President Bush Suite or something like that. Each room has a fun name associated with it. My suite was large and clean. Bed comfy. It was a great place to work between my appointments. I arrived a tad early and the hotel staff was very accommodating while I waited. Looking forward to staying here again when in the ABQ.

Stayed here twice in the last month. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is nice as is the evening snack. The biggest problems with the rooms is if you turn on a bathroom light no matter what a very loud fan is started as well. Avoid room 135 a Sysco truck unloads in the early morning right outside of the window.

Always a good experience. Stop here a dozen or more times a year. Clean, affordable, friendly folks. Close to airport and many restaurants. Have stayed here for a number of years and is always good, but seems to get better.

After my wife's emergency surgery we were trying to get home to Washington and stayed at this Best Western and I have to say room was ok and the location is a little loud with traffic, but the staff were amazing! We arrived early and the room wasn't ready yet but they were extremely courteous and helpful. They helped get things to the room as we were switching rental cars and made sure we had a close accesible room for my better half.

We flew into and out of abq and stayed for both nights coming and going. The first stay was 5 stars bc the staff was not over worked and they were very helpful.also we did not need the airport shuttle. On our return the staff was terrible. Used the laundry facility wh is very good. It requires a key . Mine did not work,so each of the 3 times I went required a jaunt to another building. On our return the key for myself and others did not work, so I had to walk back to the desk each time. They could have cared less and offered reasons ,such as, it might be dirty, without calling maintenance to have this problem fix But the thing to be beware of was the shuttle. They require you to sign up,wh was fine, but added that if there were too many people, the shuttle would have to make 2 trips. There seemed to be no way you could know this before hand! When I said I had never encountered this, they said it was a free shuttle,implying that you were not entitled to having the shuttle operate as it was stated . Most travelers who go to the airport need to be there at a certain time and don't care to wake up at 5:45 am and then take 1/2 hr to get to an airport a couple of miles away. If they have a sign up and they see that there are more people than can fit in a 6 person van, they should arrange for a second van. This is a major hotel chain, not a Mom and Pop operation. So I averaged or 5 star ratting w my 1.5 star ratings.

Stayed at this Best Western the night before an early flight out of ABQ. Walking distance to ABQ. Very nice staff and nice rooms. Will likely stay here again when I have to catch an early flight out of ABQ.

What can I say, we had an incredible time at this hidden gem. We stayed three nights, and made the most of the comfortable beds, tasty continental breakfast, and luxurious pool/hot tub area. The hotel offered a shuttle service which we utilized for the plethora of restaurants nearby. We felt very accommodated for by “Awesome Sauce” Dylan and Nicodemus at the front desk, who drove us to Buffalo Wild Wings and showed us a couple Breaking Bad locations nearby. We had drinks and social hour out by the hot tub. The close proximity to the airport is a plus. Would completely recommend. 5/5

Best Western hotel is a great value located throughout our states and it makes it very nice when you run across a very nice clean one like this this is a very good place to stay quiet man sleeps very nice beautiful decor and very helpful staff we're only there for one night but I felt like I was in a very expensive hotel

Exceeded my expectations in every way! Great staff - check in was very accommodating as I arrived early, got my room ready and even carried my extremely heavy bag up the stairs ( I knew there are no elevators). Spotless room. 24 hrs coffee and tea Unlimited water - fridge near the front desk and they didn't mind my numerous trips for more. The shuttle- none only takes you to the airport and back, but you can schedule to go anywhere in the city for drop off and pick up. Each staff member I engaged with was friendlier then the next. Free breakfast - standard , but fresh and numerous choices . Not a typical “ airport” hotel - thank you for a great stay .

This hotel is ear the airport and convenient to the University, Air Force base, downtown and museums.We use this hotel when we are leaving time or needing a night away from home for Albuquerque things to do.

average motel, close to a lot of places, but housekeeping staff could be a bit more attentive. missed our room the 2nd day, did not refill paper cups, did not refill kleenex holder. I know they have a check list. closer attention to details would be nice. wi fi is spotty when in a busy tourist season like balloon fest. Bottled water at the front desk is nice and breakfast buffet was good. also have hotdogs and nachos, and bottled soft drinks for happy hour each day, nice touch.

We are repeat guests at the Best Western Airport Albuquerque InnSuites because there has never been an unwelcome surprise! Clean, up to date rooms. Very nice complimentary breakfast with wide variety of hot and cold choices. Location is convenient to Route 66 and a wide range of restaurants and brew pubs. Very reasonable rates. We will continue to stay here.

We had a group of 11 staying here 3 nights for the Balloon Fiesta. It's not the newest hotel but it's very clean and comfortable. We stayed in an out building in a suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. The service here was outstanding. A frig right by the front desk with chilled bottled water, happy hour every night, warm cookies each afternoon, a wonderful breakfast and if you were leaving early for the Balloon Fest or the airport they provided a bag breakfast.

We were in town for the balloon fiesta. This property has convenient access to both highway and local streets. The staff is helpful. Since we were leaving before the breakfast startede we signed up for a grab 'n go sack breakfast. Nice service. Bottled water is always available in the lobby. Most evenings the help a manager's reception with food and drink. Good value for the money.

We didnt stay here long (literally just one quick night, while we went to the Balloon Fest, so we slept maybe 4 hours), but the room was large, good coffee machine, and very clean. Would definately stay there again when we come back to see the fest again.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel twice before flying out on trips at the ABQ Airport. The location is excellent for our purpose and the staff are all helpful and friendly. The property however is rather old and rundown, and neither of us slept well due to an uncomfortable bed. This property needs to be upgraded to the standard that we have come to expect from modern BW properties.

Our room was disgusting. It smelled like a pet had been in there. The room was old and looked dirty. One of the beds sank in the middle and the springs squeaked. The bedding looked as if the sheets had not been changed. Horrible, horrible experience.

This is the 1st time, I've stayed here since they remodeled the place. And Wow, its a major upgrade from its old glory days. The place has a more modern hip feeling now. Check in was a breeze! The front dest guy was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! I received a little goody bag, for being a rewards member. They have fresh baked cookies & a small freg full of bottled water at the front desk. The business center is located in the main lobby. They offer 2 computers and a shared printer. Theres also a small lounging area, where you can sit back & relax. Our room (#129) was very clean, and I was empressed with the beds. They were so comfortable! I slept like a baby on them. The room offers a small refrigerator, coffee maker, & microwave. Theres also a flat screen TV. The bedroom area was well decorated and roomy. The bathroom is a bit small. The door would hit my leg, because its close to toilet. The ironing board is right behind the door as well. So its a bit tight. But I did enjoy soaking in the tub. The water stays nice and HOT! Which is great for me, as I have arthritis, so I do like to soak in a hot tub. The breakfast area is nice, and its easy to find. Theres plenty of food to go around. And quite honestly, this is the best breakfast I've had at an ABQ hotel. There's a good variety of choices. They had scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, hashbrowns, make you own waffles, different pastries, yogurts, cold cereals, toast and 3 kinds of juices. The staff does a great job keeping the food stocked up. I loved this property! The staff was helpful & extremely friendly! Our room was nice and quite. I couldn't ask for more, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I will definitely be making a return trip to this hotel. Its got my thumbs up!

This location is close to airport and several restaurants. It is consistently a great hotel to stay in. Any problems are dealt with immediately. Internet is good, breakfast is definitely better than other hotel in this price range. They have a shuttle that is ready when you ask. Our room was large with a sitting area with comfortable couch and desk.

On first entering seemed stuffy, but several workers were helpful. If your towing anything you'll have to park on the street. 24hr diner next to hotel. Dont know about any bar or restuarant in location as asked about in other survey

Hotel bed was firm, room was spacious, the pool and hot tub are a nice treat. Biggest problem is that there is no elevator so you do have to carry luggage upstairs. Otherwise staff is friendly and there is an airport shuttle.

The hotel is older, so rooms are small. Beds and pillows a little uncomfortable. No elevator to 2nd floor. But, the staff is great and they allow your car to stay in the lot, for a small fee, per day, if you are flying somewhere and need your car to be parked here. They have a shuttle to and from the airport.

Everyone at this location was very friendly & helpful, breakfast was great lots of selections, our room was nice and clean and we got a good night sleep after a long day. We will be booking again on our next stay in AlbuquerqueThank you Bestwestern..

It's an adequate place to stay for a night but with minimal comforts or amenities. The room was clean but smelled like chemicals when I walked in. The bed was ok, the bathroom was dingy, and the towels were rough. The walls were very thin but I stayed at one end of the corridor so the room was fairly quiet. The pool was supposed to be open but was locked up tight. Wifi was very good, however, and definitely the high point of the stay. The air conditioning worked. And the hotel staff were perfectly nice. It was very convenient to the airport. My room rate was $100/night, and that felt like a too much to pay.

This was our second stay at Best Western Inn and Suites in Albuquerque, NM. They continue to impress us. We've all had that experience where we've went to check in and for some reason, there's not a reservation. The front desk person was extremely accommodating and professional. She ran through our previous stay information and found out a way to correct our situation. She was very patient with me as well. It's not necessarily these moments that you remember happening, but what they did with that moment. She made the moment unforgettable by providing quality customer service. From there it got even better. Parking was easy. And that's saying a lot because we have a 15 passenger van. Then there's the room. It was excellent. We had a kitchenette and vanity. We love these little extras. It makes the stay all the more comforting. The beds were soft and the breakfast was hot, fresh, and delicious! We always love the variety BW offers on breakfast foods. It was a great stay and we highly recommend Best Western Suites Inn and Suites if you're in the Albuquerque area.

I'm going to start by saying that I work for a best Western plus so I know what is expected. From the time of check in the staff was beyond rude. We arrived about 1:30am so needless to say we were tired. I go check in and the lady is huffing and puffing because I didn't understand what she said. She then proceeds to grab my id and credit card out of my hand tell me where my room is and literally throw my things back at me. The look on my face made my son come in to make sure everything is ok. So then the the next day we are cleaning up and I ask for trash bags because their were none in the cans. Again here comes the rudeness saying they don't use trash bags!!!??? (Ok gross) so I put some laundry bags in their. So then here comes check out day. I ask for a late check out. I asked if 12:30 is ok. So here it is 12:16 and someone is pounding on the door, woke up my sick baby (why we requested the late check out) It's the front desk manager snapping his fingers telling us we need to get out or he's going to call the cops. We will never stay here again

The staff is very polite, attentive and friendly. The facility is clean inside and out including the pool area. The breakfast is excellent lots of choices. The five o'clock social is a nice touch specially for travelers just arriving. Proximity to the airport and the 24 hours shuttle service is outstanding.

Our stay at Best Western Albuquerque Airport was great. The room was spotless, spacious and comfortable. The bed slept great and the sheets where perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub before retiring for the night, which was also extremely clean. The breakfast was great and included; scrambled eggs, hash bowns, sausage, biscuits, gravy, fruit and cereal. Dylan at the front desk was very nice and one of the most professional people we have dealt with at a hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend this Best Western to others and look forward to returning when we are coming through the Albuquerque area.

All Best Westerns are not created equal and I'd put this spot up against any other BW property or BW Plus even. This is probably the 4th or 5th time I've stayed here and it's been consistently awesome, always a well-staffed front desk full of great folks. This property is in a great location near the airport and also offers a complimentary 24 hr shuttle. Speaking of complimentary, there's a full breakfast provided in the morning as well as a dinner social full of snacks from 5-6pm. If you miss the freebees there's plenty of favorite restaurants in walking distance including a 24 hour favorite. This BW has a sweet Jacuzzi, swimming pool and laundry. It's a rare treat to get a room with a balcony you can actually sit outside on and enjoy. Property has wonderful landscaping and is pet friendly. Let us not forget the 24 hr store and LCD displays with flight info at the front desk and bottled water available for free at the lobby and in the rooms. This is a next level property and my artists enjoy staying here when passing through NM. Thanks team!

I stayed here because I wanted to be close to the airport. I arrived via shuttle and was at the hotel within 5 minutes. It was comfortable and the staff was helpful. It's not walking distance to old town albuquerque. It's ideal if you need to be close to the airport.

First and most important this is really a good priced hotel for the value you get. We had the President´s suite for two nights at an average of 80US$ incl. Tax. The suite has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. I think this is a pretty good deal. The pool area is nice with an outside sitting and on some evenings the hotel provides some free dinner items including beverages. The staff is friendly but sometimes also not very knowledgeable depending who you ask. Our main problem was that our bed was at a wall with a door at the other side connecting the buildings. So frequently this door was used and every time it was released it was shaking the complete wall and our bed. I think this could be an easy fix by exchanging this door with an automatic door. It kind of ruined our otherwise nice stay. We also used the provided washer and dryer (2$ per load). The dryer needs two runs to dry clothes instead of one ... which is another minus. All in all we think this is an adequate stay so if you are looking for a rather cheap hotel you are absolutely right at this place.

Overall, not a bad hotel as the front desk personnel were very nice and helpful. In reference to the rooms they were average and the cleaning personnel would only make your bed and maybe change your towels but did not give you toilet paper, shampoo, or soap as I had to go to the front desk and ask

Our flight on JetBlue was late and we were very glad we had a close hotel booked for the night before setting off to Santa Fe. Very efficient collection - I phoned reception once we had our bags and the free transport was with us in 5 mins. Clean and basic rooms. Just what we expected for the night.

Nice facility with very comfortable suite. Breakfast was much better than what we've experienced at other chain hotels. Having to repeatedly log on to the WiFi was annoying. Very brief stay but would stay there again.

Perfect stop for us travelling with an older dog. Close to UNM and nicely renovated shops and restaurant area. Recommend room 151 for quick outside access and it looks out on a private area. Roomy and comfortable.

This was a great hotel for my family of 5. We got the Eisenhower Presidential Suite which had a large bed in one room and a large bed with sofa bed in the other with french doors to connect the rooms. There was a bathroom in both rooms. The bed was VERY comfortable. The room was clean. Water bottles were complementary. Close to the airport but I never heard any planes. My family all thought breakfast was good. Air conditioning was perfect. We didn't visit outdoor pool but there is one. Good, afforable hotel in Albuquerque.

My daughter is moving to Albuquerque for school and thie Airport Best Western was a great base for our apartment search/exploration of the city. The staff was tremendously helpful, especially when we showed up early after a long flight from Alaska. A particular shout out to housekeeping who were tremendously flexible with our odd schedule. This place is great.

I was scared of booking online because I didn't know the area or the hotel. It was better then expected. The hotel was clean, bright and staff was super friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. If I am ever in the area again I will be staying here.

We stayed at the Best Western Airport in Albuquerque on our way through the Southwest. Our room was large and had plenty of space to work and relax. The rooms have a modern and updated style. It was a very clean room and the cleaning staff told us to ask for anything we needed. All of the staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The hotel is located very close to the airport and around plenty of businesses, yet it was a very quiet place. There is a pool area in outside the backside of the hotel with both a pool and hot tub. Plenty of seating out there and a nice shaded area to relax by the hot tub. Finally, there is a free breakfast which is always a nice touch. We would definitely stay again!

The desk clerks and airport shuttle driver on the evening we checked in were wonderful and helpful! The room was clean and comfortable and surprisingly spacious! Would stay here again if we ever head that way!

We're driving from NC to Los Angeles and we made it a point to stay at this particular Best Western, the Best of the Best Western again. I'm not familiar with what denotes a Best Western Plus listing, but I've stayed at many of both and I'll say this one is nicer than most BW Pluses even. I love that they make it a point to give everyone (not just club members) free bottled water, and they also leave an additional one in you room that you won't be charged for. Property is in a great location with 3 dining options in a small radius. I didn't need to leave hotel as this one does the dinner socials and also has an expansive 4 hour window of above average continental breakfast with hot options. This property also features a shuttle, great work out center that is open late, laundry (why so some hotels not have laundry?) and business center. Property is spotless and in great repair. Could go on and on about great customer service, etc. You'll get way more with a stay here than you'll pay for. Thanks team.

We always use the Best Western Airport Albuquerque when in town for shows. They consistently secure clean rooms for us every time with no hassle. Love the location and the GM is always available to respond to room requests for our party. Great location for us when in town for shows too.

I spent two nights here in May and was overall very pleased with my stay. The rooms very very clean and nicely appointed, actually much nicer than I expected which is always a nice surprise. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast each morning was way above average from what most hotels offer, they had scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, and waffles in addition to breads, pastries, and hot and cold cereal. The only hiccup during my stay was the lack of housekeeping service, I had requested service and was told several times that housekeeping would clean the room however they never showed up. I had to ask for clean towels at the front desk, not a real big deal but a bit of an annoyance. All in all a great stay, if I'm ever in Albuquerque again I wouldn't hesitate to stay here, especially for the price.

We continue to stay at this very nice BW property over and over. Always consistent excellent service at check in and check out. Rooms are pleasantly furnished and always very clean. Big spread in the Breakfast Room with hot offerings and the usual cereal and breakfast breads offerings. We always feel safe and secure at this hotel. Always our first choice when we stay in Albuquerque.

The staff were extremely helpful. I was a bit rattled from my drive from Los Alamos to the hotel, so it was really nice to such an accommodating staff. The room was big and clean. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. They had bacon! (I can't stress that enough, lol!) Check-in and check-out was smooth. They have a shuttle to the airport. There is a nice diner/restaurant within walking distance. I would choose this place again.

Highly recommend for a place with comp shuttle service to airport and to other points of interest in ABQ. Very friendly and accommodating staff, quite adequate comp breakfast, clean guest rooms and public areas, all at a very reasonable rate.

Good first impression of a very smart building continued with excellent, helpful and informative check-in staff and a very nice room - spacious, well equipped and spotless. The guest laundromat was a bonus on a road trip. The pool area was well-maintained. The shuttle service to the airport was efficient and also drops off and collects from the car rental building. I left too early for breakfast but the hotel offers a breakfast box instead.

Convenient to Airport. Less than 5 minutes to departure gates and 7 minutes to rental car return. Be sure to watch out where you fill up for gas. You can save a lot by driving up the street a bit. Several food options nearby. Worn out facilities. Small hallways, old rugs, small rooms, dingy rooms make it unwelcoming environment. The room service is a delivery company. Breakfast room is much too small for the people staying there.

We checked in really late. Like, really late to this hotel. Chuy, the front desk clerk was extremely understanding and helpful and hooked us up with a great room for the day. I worked out in the gym while my wife slept in the jacuzzi suite. The bed and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We slept like babies. The breakfast was the best part, tons of food options, all delicious and we enjoyed them out by the pool (it was a beautiful day out). The hotel was clean, and Chuy was friendly and made our stay enjoyable from the moment we walked in the door. We'll be back.

Very unbusiness like, awould not give us a room because I commented on his charactor and was very rude while turning us down. We had stayed a BW in Indio, Phoenix and Las Cruces before this one and they were all great, friendly personnel, clean rooms and good breakfast.

We stayed here briefly prior to our early flight out. Dylan at the front desk was extremely helpful about our needs to drop off our car, make a very early morning flight, etc. Fortunately the shuttle runs 24 hours (we took it at 3:45am). The pool and hot tub were very nice as well. The rooms were also very reasonably priced.

Everything was clean and neat. Village in across the parking lot was perfect for dinner. Breakfast was perfect and eating area clean. The gym equipment was all working properly, I didn't swim but the pool looked refreshing.

Very bad choice not best western standards GM has not even returned my calls. As a diamond member didnt even get the welcome that best western is know for even when i presented my diamond card i dont need the royal treatment just the hospitality and the courtesy that bestwestern is know for.

BW has a very competent, and friendly staff . The rooms are large, quiet, with comfortable beds and the AC works great. The breakfast was complete with fresh fruit, eggs, waffles, etc. etc.They also had a large pool and hot tub. They were extremely helpful with information to various tourist sights, and restaurants. You couldn't ask for more ! It is just a few blocks from the airport !

Nice hotel in a great location for our needs. We were in the area for 3 days and this location allowed us to visit everything that we wanted to see in part due to it's easy access to the freeway. The room was nicely appointed and the bed was comfortable.

Most of the staff is very friendly. But they did have one gal who I felt was a little favorable with white guests as opposed to how I was treated. On the other hand the young Hispanic girl at the front desk knows how to extend a very warm greetings and make you feel appreciated. Room wasn't cleaned very well. Looked like it was partied in and the plumbing is old and water comes out rusty at first...

We love staying at Best Western hotels. No frills, but everything you need. Great service, kind people, and a small but functional fitness center. The breakfast was actually really great, way better than other hotels for the same price...hot eggs, hash browns, biscuits and gravy. We will be staying again.

Nicest staff I've encountered in awhile. In a time when customer service was dying this staff was great. They remembered my friend from when he stayed here 6 months ago. Friendly and smiling. And welcoming. Exactly what you want when checking in. The rooms are great too. Beds that fall asleep right away in. TV's had every channel I needed to watch the playoffs. Clean. Plus it's located near a lot of restaurants. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely great stay. Staff very helpful to my travel inquiries. Arrival and Departure screen out front for your flight. Huge king size bed and flat screen TV. Close to the highway but far enough you don't hear it. Great stay and will definitely be coming back.

Staff very friendly and check in and check out was quick and easy , room looked spectacular and the layout was great! Breakfast was great loved the variety. Will be staying here when traveling through again.

This was our first time staying at Best Western Hotel. The location is great as it is only a couple of minutes away from the airport. We got to Albuquerque almost at midnight and we were able to find the hotel without using a GPS :) What we also loved about the location is that there's some restaurants very close to the hotel (walking distance). The staff is ok; when I originally booked the room I explained that we needed an extended stay, to check out at 8 or 9 pm and I was told that they were going to charge me half of the total room daily rate; the night before we checked out, they said we had to pay the full daily rate; we weren't happy about it of course! but it was worth the price as we were flying late that night so by extending our stay, we felt more relaxed, finished packing, we had time to have dinner at the restaurant next door, take a shower and arrive at the airport on time. The hotel is not fancy but very clean and the rooms offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rates are very affordable so I would recommend this hotel.

Everything was very good and conveniently located close to airport. The only thing that I can say is average at best is the parking availability and proximity to your room and the signs that say park at your own risk. Other than that everything was very good.

Fantastic service and accommodations- I used my points and had a Jacuzzi suite that was perfect. Everything worked well in the room; and the service was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful; with a nutritious variety of items to choose from. International Pow-Wow the weekend I was there; so perhaps a larger room for breakfast would have been nice. No seating available when I arrived-but ease of taking breakfast back in my suite was satisfactory.

Very nice rooms, Good breakfast. Staff very nice and helpful. Will stay here again for sure. I was surprised at the price as it was more than I usually paid in the area in the past but found out there were two events going on in ABQ so prices raised which I understand.

We asked for a h/c access room and got a room that had been partially reported to be accessible. It had a smoking room at one time and they're done an incomplete job of ridding it of the over riding accord somewhere is a very busy street next to the place that was th loudest I've ever experienced, (people seem to drive like maniacs in ABQ?). We were happy to leave, and won't go back. Usually B/W is ok, this one no.

Great little gem for a hotel close to the airport and VA hospital. The shuttle service was superb and very nice breakfast each morning. Hotel was quiet, very clean and staff were delightful. Best Westerns always seem to be very nice places to stop and stay.

Got in late. Front desk staff was very nice. Last time I stayed here, they were in the process of updating/renovating, so that has been completed. Our room was on the ground floor and not too far from the lobby, breakfast area and workout room. Everything was fine except for the fact the room had NO blackout curtains.... I was bothered by the outside lights from the pool/hot tub area and adjacent parking lot and did not sleep well because of it. It was also a little unnerving as it seemed others could see into our room as we were on the ground floor. This is the first time I have stayed in a hotel without true privacy/blackout curtains. Another irritating thing - which was not the fault of the hotel - was children running and screaming up and down the halls at 12:30 in the morning. I ended up opening my door and reprimanding the children to go to bed and asking them where their parents were. Other guests had to have been irritated and kept awake as well. Other than that, the stay was fine. I do not know if all the rooms lack black-out curtains, but if so, I recommend the hotel updates this feature and I would then stay again. Proximity to airport is great.

Our first room assignment was room 107. It smelled of smoke even tho there is a $250 charge . The front desk immediately moved us to room 153. What a pleasant room. Dylan at the front desk went out of his way and accompanied us to our new room and made sure it was okay for us. I can't say enough about this young man, good job Dylan. The staff there at the hotel was pleasant and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel PS hot tub and heated pool!

Got in late to hotel. First room assigned was across the fall from a LOUD operating ice machine. Got another room. At 5a.m. and 7:15a.m. I was woken up by dogs fighting outside my room! I knew this property allows dogs, this is my first experience with dogs fighting in the hallways. Second issue is the age of property, the floor joists creak badly. Throughout night/morning the creaking of floors woke me up and you can hear the people above (I was on ground floor) walking across their room. Plus side, is that you are only 5-10 minutes from Airport and comp. breakfast has plenty of protein options.

This is a particularly good Best Western. Upon check in you are offered free bottle water which makes a difference to someone like me who is stuck in a hot car driving all day. The rooms are modern and spacious, with an unusually large bathroom. Most hotel bathrooms are so small you can barely turn around, but not here. The pool and jacuzzi were actually open and unbelievably relaxing in the desert climate. You can tell the staff really cares about their guests here and even have a fun little "social hour" with free nachos and a chance to chat with other guests. Good vibe, good stay.

Easy check-in, nice rooms, excellent breakfast and close to airport. Staff was very helpful and informative. Close to restaurants and shopping. Great shuttle service to airport. Also good access to computers for use.

the room wasn't as clean as I thought it should be for the price we paid. The person working the breakfast area or replenishing the breakfast area didn't smile or have good customer service ethics. Overall everything else was ok

Room was small for 2 queen beds, but fairly clean. Beds were OK for one night, but wouldn't want to stay there for a longer time. The hotel is fairly close to ABQ. We had first-floor rooms and heard a lot of traffic noise. Would suggest getting rooms at the back of the property instead of the front.

Best Western Inn and Suites Albuquerque is an excellent stay. It is conveniently located near downtown and very close to the airport which they offer shuttles for convenience. The hotel has a travelers theme and each room was individually named. When checking in, I noticed there's a tv posted at the front desk with flight information. That would be very handy if we were flying. The pool and hot tub were also a delight and we're a great treat to a long day. They offered the vanity separate then the restroom in our room. We love this because when traveling with a group, it's nice that two people can get ready simultaneously. The beds were quite comfy as well. One random thing, that I really appreciate, there are plenty of electrical outlets. It seems like there are never enough. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful and probably the most variety we've had our on the road. I recommend their biscuits and gravy! The biscuits were perfectly fluffy and buttery. The hospitality staff were very friendly and patient. I forgot to check out properly and called and they took care of everything for me. We will be returning to Best Western Albuquerque for our future stays.

What a beautiful city. We definitely want to come back again. Easy to find hotel. There were many restaraunt around the area. Beds were so comfortable. Room was very nice. Breakfast was amazing. Wonderful selections. Thanks for a great stay!

Breakfast buffet was amazing, social hour snacks n evening was a nice treat. Good location to airport , restaurants. Clean, comfy bed and pillows. Fast wifi, great TV selection. Will stay again if in area

The only good thing about this hotel was the location to the airport. The towels in the room appeared damp, the door was difficult to close. While checking in the young man took a phone call, and then excused himself to bring toilet paper to another guest! Coffee and breakfast was disgusting. Worse display of breakfast items at any Best Western I've stayed at. This was the last Best Western we stayed at during a 4 day trip to New Mexico. We stay at Best Western all the time—but would never go back to this one.

We were traveling from Las Vegas to Maryland and made it as far as Albuquerque. Hotel room was very clean, warm and comfortable. Price was great. All the amenities that one would expect from the Best Western experience. Free breakfast.

This was typical quality BW with comfortable room, many breakfast options, please staff, clean. Only concern was noise from people in hallways being heard through doors, especially in the mornings as people are breakfasting, checking out, etc. If you are sound sleeper, would not be a problem as beds are comfortable. Staff all friendly. Location is very close to airport...we rented a car and were within an easy 5-7 minutes of car return and to interstates; lots of chain restaurants in the area and not far from major city and other upscale eating.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and newly redone... Great TV, nice large bathroom counter. Good beds. The breakfast was very nice with hot and cold selections....sausage gravy and biscuits, scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles, juices, coffee.

We were traveling back home and had been on the road for 9 hours and just wanted a shower and clean place to sleep. We get into our rooms “Executive building” the rooms were terrible. Our room as well as our daughters smelled of dog urine. The room did not smell clean and we were afraid to even sleep in the beds. Needless to say we didn't get a lot of rest to have to travel another 9 hours today. We called the front desk and asked to be moved and they told us that there were not anymore rooms available. We have two small children and we didn't want to repack and change hotels. Most every hotel we had called were booked anyway. What a miserable night. I'm not used to this with the Best Western's in Texas. Refund please!

Very happy as a senior gold member. Will definitely be back. Great service and food. Breakfast grand...I had bluebberry waffles with whipped cream. Had free pizza and drinks during happy hour. Loved my Yorkies.

This is our second stay at this best Western; the best best Western and we drove out of the way to stay here between concerts in Scottsdale and Fort Worth. The quality and experience was just as amazing as the previous stay. Greeted by a cordial staff member who helped us find parking for a sprinter and trailer in a semi-full lot. Great location right off of the interstate with three 24 hour restaurants within walking distance. This location features an extensive and delicious breakfast buffet; way above your average continental breakfast. Super comfy pillows and beds. My favorite part of these rooms is the sliding door/porch area which has a small area with chairs to get some fresh air. Love this spot.

For the past 8 years this was our favorite place to go just to unwind or when travel. Never again will we stay here. We met the sales rep Karen a little over a year ago and she was awesome. So much so that we looked forward to seeing her on our visits. She went as far as to upgrade our room we booked for our anniversary to a Jacuzzi suite and left a bottle of wine for us. I considered Karen as a business friend and introduced her to a good friend of mine that is very high up the ladder of a neighboring city just to say thank you for your courtesy. Since then I've heard some things that have changed everything. One of those being that the GM at that time said she's known my wife and for over 18 years when we've only been together for 9 years. We've never even meet or seen the GM in the 8 years of going here. We was going to come for a visit to enjoy the hot tub last weekend and I learned that Karen was let go. Big mistake as far as I'm concerned. I'm sure my other business friends and balloon pilots will feel the same. Anyone that knew Karen also knew she went above and beyond any expectations and will seek her out when she finds another place of employment. I know I will!!

People need a good night's rest before an early morning flight. And BW hotels usually serve that purpose for me. But the noise level at this property was unacceptable. We heard every step on upper floor (a family that seemed to be moving furniture as well) and every voice in the corridor and in adjacent rooms. This otherwise pleasantly appointed hotel needs to do something about their sound insulation.

Driving in late from Palm Springs we were in real need of a good nights sleep. Best Westerns are generally a good bet. Our rooms have always met a reasonable standard of cleanliness and the hot breakfast is fresh. We hit the jackpot this time. This is a rather large Best Western with an outdoor pool and hot tub (open in February) set at the back of the building in a quaint courtyard with plenty of outdoor seating around the pool as well as outside the fence. There is plenty of grass and mature landscaping with meandering sidewalks. With the sun shining, outdoor breakfast seating was comfortable even in 45 degrees Fahrenheit. There is a community barbecue grill available to all of the guests. So here is the best part. They have recently remodeled some of the rooms including a HUGE presidential suite with a private yard. The master bedroom has a separate jetted tub and spacious bathroom with the biggest closet I've seen in a hotel room. A full size kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, and oven and plenty of cabinet space can easily accommodate four people. I don't want to oversell this room, but it was a wonderful surprise to our weary family.

Had a great stay here. The front desk lady was very friendly and courteous upon my arrival. The check in was quick. There was a special social going on when I checked in so I got to eat some nachos with soda for free which really hit the spot after a long flight. The room was clean and had all the amenities I could need plus free wifi. It's very conveniently located within walking distance of a few restaurants, and is also very close to the airport. They also offer a free shuttle service to the Albuquerque airport and car rental terminal as well. Oh and the free hot breakfast in the morning was great too. Would definitely stay here again.

Have you ever stayed somewhere that was just okay? Nothing wrong but nothing really wowed you either? That is this place. There were things that just annoyed me but didn't make my stay miserable, such as the door to the closet was hard to close. There weren't a lot of power outlets and none near the bed. But it was clean, food was fine and the staff was pleasant. I'd stay here again but I'm looking elsewhere first.

Close to airport, close to car rental return, close to downtown. What more do you need? Good breakfast, nice room, very friendly staff. Need anything else; how about a really good price. Loved the stay, will return if I need to come back to Albuquerque.
