"Good quality for the money"
Not within the city but pretty close the the various business parks. The quality of the room for the money is very good and the staff is friendly. Availability is usually also very good so it is good for last minute booking. Warning: watch out for the restaurant that closes for several weeks during the summer ...

"Good sleep-over option if you have business meetings around"
Typical 3 star Best Western Hotel. It is new so the rooms are still clean and nice - economy but this is all you need for an overnight stay. It easy accessible from the highway, has big parking place and friendly staff. Good price for standard service.

"Modern chain style hotel with that French feel."
Great new hotel. Very good staff, amenities, breakfast was fulfilling and the rooms clean, large and accommodating. It is a little way out of Marseilles, but really not far. I think it took me about 25 minutes to drive if that. Not a lot of restaurants in area, or other activities (golf is close) but it has free parking (lots) and most guests will have their own car. So easy to get to the city. Pool and grounds were lovely and really can't go wrong for a out-of-town type hotel. Since I was here for business it was actually great.

"Nice Hotel - Good Facilities, but miles out from centre of Aix"
The hotel was in very good condition with large rooms and facilities. Very clean and beds very comfortable. The restaurant for evening was good with an excellent choice, and surprisingly well presented food. The breakfast was a bit disappointing to be honest, not a huge choice, but I am perhaps being a bit fussy, as there was enough. Free parking at the hotel. There is a Spa and Sauna. I didn't get the chance to use it, and notices said it was being refurbished and therefore closed. When I asked a day later staff advised it was actually open as the work hadn't started. The main thing is to bear in mind that it is a 20 minute drive to Aix, so not ideal if you plan to eat out in Aix. If you are coming for a business meeting it is close to the industrial/business area of Parc Du Golf.

"Lovely modern hotel"
The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast spread was excellent. This is a very good out of town hotel - well worth a visit. We would stay here again if we come back to the area. We stayed here for 3 nights on our journey round this region and out of the 3 hotels we stayed at this was the best (the other hotels were Best Western too!

"Perfect if you need to stay outside of the city"
My favourite choice in Aix-en-Provence when I need to stay outside of the city, in the Aix la Duranne industrial / commercial area. I have tried other places but I always end up returning here. The rooms are ok, a bit too white for my taste, but clean and functional. The breakfast is ok if you have it early; if you come down around 9am, then you might feel the refilling is not too efficient. Parking is available and free of charge. WiFi is fast enough (depending on the room) and also free of charge.
"Lovely short stay at this very good hotel!"
We were 2 families consisting of 2 adults and 1 child and another 2 adults and stayed 2 nights in August in a triple room 217 and a double room 215. The rooms were both modern, clean, air conditioned, with coffee and tea making facilities and a safe. We also had 2 free small bottles of water in the frigo bar per room which is a nice gesture. We were comfortable. The room rate is very reasonable at 135 euro for the triple and 125 euro for the double which included buffet breakfast as well. Breakfast consisted of cereals, cold cuts, fruits, juices, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, breads and baguettes and pastries accompanied with several jams and nutella. A coffee machine which does coffees, tea, hot chocolates etc is also there We found everything to be good and fresh. We did not have dinner at the restaurant hotel as we always had dinner in the other places we were visiting. On the day of our departure, we were leaving the hotel early and they have opened the breakfast area early for us so that we could have breakfast. This was very much appreciated. Thank you. Outside parking is also available and is free on first come first served basis. It's really comfortable if you have a car and you use this hotel as your base to visit other neighbouring places. The staff are very helpful and we enjoyed our brief stay here. We would definitely reccommend this hotel.
"For a 3 stars, this is really good !"
This is a good 3 stars hotel that would be very close to 4 stars. Room has a nice big flat TV air conditioning works and is silent and does not smell. There is a spa at the 3rd floor. The restaurant is very good, breakfast in room are great! It is a shame that the restaurant is not open on the week-ends evening, because plates and service are very pleasing.
"Good location"
The reception staff went out of their way to help us and were always ready to accommodate your needs. The room I ended up with was very clean with very good furnishing /Comfy big bed and new flat screen to watch tv) The hotel restaurant was in medium quality but good.
"Over-&-Beyond Customer Service!"
Helpful staff from Front Desk to Restaurant to Back Office and Management Team. Front Desk Alexandra, Audrey, Silas and Pierre were helpful especially Audrey who was informed by our lost phone in a taxi (which ran away) went all out in getting their Director Cedric Nowak to escalate. Restaurant Server Matthieu was patient in explaining menu and making sure our dining experience was pleasant. Back office like Aurelie was very patient in getting the dining menu set up and answered transportation questions. The stay would not have been good without such a good team who looks after their guests well!
"Very helpful reception staff"
My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights to take in Aix en Provence and surrounding area. You definitely need a car here is the first observation. I can't praise the reception team - whether it was giving directions or sorting out issues with my hire car they were great. Also we needed an easy access room and I have to say that it was so easy to get to and from the car to the room. It would have got a higher score if the restaurant was as good as the rest.
"Great Service"
Due to unforeseeable events I had to cancel my stay. The hotel's team was very friendly and supportive in finding a good solution for my cancellation. I wish I'll get the opportunity to at this hotel deals next time I'll visit Aix-en-Provence!
"A clean comfortable hotel with nice staff - not really close to the city"
I had a training in another hotel (2km) from the Best Western which I didn't like the last time and therefore decided to stay in the Best Western (only 2 kms away). I agree as stated below that it is not too close to the city and not too much around. I used taxi most of the times and all taxi driver knew the hotel, so no issue with that. A grocery store (Lidl), restaurant and bank are app. 700 meters away. I can't complain about any of the staff members, they were really friendly and spoke English. The check in was quick, storing my luggage until my room was ready and enjoying the pool was no problem. The room itself was ok, it looked pretty new, the bed was really comfortable and the shower pressure was great. The cleanness of the room was ok, there was still some dust in the wardrobe but nothing really bad. I used the small gym once, which was ok, the jacuzzi looked nice but didn't try it myself. The pool is small but fine for refreshment. I didn't have breakfast, only the quick version (2 pastries, coffee and juice) which was ok. I would definitively stay in the hotel again if I need to be in the area but I wouldn't recommend it for a city trip, only if you have a rental to use.
"Not Central but Really Friendly"
We were driving down from the the UK and decided our last stop would be Aix. We were slightly disappointed as we started to head in the opposite direction to the town and drive into what looked like a suburb. In reality, it really is only a 15 minute drive from the town centre and is the friendliest hotel we stayed in all our trip down. The reception staff went out of their way to help us and were always ready to a accommodate our needs.

"Good hotel for business travellers away from the City centre"
This hotel is recommended for business travellers and guests who would like to stay away from the city centre. It does not have any specific landmarks or eating joints in its vicinity. Strengths Friendly reception staff good at speaking in English helped in an easy check in Clean and well arranged room inclusive of a Coffee maker Nice and simple restaurant with a choice of meals Area of improvement Break Fast spread

"My favourite choice just out of Aix-en-Provence"
My favourite choice since 5 years whenever I come to Aix-en-Provence for business. Rooms are nice and spacious with good wifi connection; parking is available for free. Breakfast is ok and there is also a restaurant that is ok for lunch / dinner if you are tired to go in the centre of Aix-en-Provence. The hotel is not in the city centre, good if you are staying near Les Milles and if you have a car to move around. Prefer a room facing the garden as they are quite, not those facing the hills.

"It could be better"
The hotel is very nice and modern. Personnel is really kind and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable, Wifi connection is good and continuous. The hotel is quote close to the highway but it is silent. Not so easy to be found but correctly indicated on the road. The only bad aspect is related to the breakfast and that's too bad because it is really not consistent with the rest. Do hope it will improve!
"A little disappointing "
Room booked was a "comfort double room": we got a regular size bed (140cm) and the AC was ineffective (the south of France is hot in July). Rather disappointing for a *** hotel and not very "comfortable". The pool area was nice however and the rooms were very clean. Massages offered in the spa area were very good.
"Good stay, would stay here again."
We arrived at this hotel around 10:00 P.M. and there was one attendant on duty. He was apparently the bartender and front desk agent. He was very polite (although it did take him a minute break away from an important game on TV to help us get checked in - but that is likely an exception - this was one of those games the entire country was tuned into). The room I received initially had not been cleaned (the sheets on the bed were all messed up and towels were on the floor in the restroom.) Returning back to the front desk, the gentleman gave me another room promptly. This was a simple logistics error (I'm sure someone just wrote down the wrong room number.) The rest of my stay (3 nights) was great. The room I ended up with was very clean (nearly spotless) and the furnishings were excellent. Internet speed was adequate for streaming Netflix, etc. The hotel restaurant was also decent. Within walking distance there are not that many places to eat (basically two pizza joints - although both are very good). I would stay here again.
"Could be better "
Nice and clean rooms, good Wifi connection, parking availability and the courtesy of the personnel are the plus. The cleanliness of the common areas and the breakfast are the minus. It is far from the city center and close to the highway.
"Excellent!"
The hotel was fantastic. The rooms (203 and 207) were very spacious, fresh and clean. It has a nice place to setup (and leave) your suitcase, a nice armchair and several cupboards with plenty of shelves. On the desk, there's a waterboiler with thee and coffee/chocolate (powder), which got cleaned every day. Don't forget to rinse the vinegar out before use. There's a safe which will fit an iPad, but not a 17" laptop (15" will probably fit). There's a small fridge which can hold about 2 6-packs of water. Every day the hotel replenishes the thee/coffee/chocolate and puts a free bottle of water in the fridge. The airconditioning was very nice as well. But it is cool in the hotel anyways, we were there with 30+ degreees outside and even without the airco it was nice in the room. It never got too hot in the room. The beds were good as well, very comfortable, although the pillows were a bit too soft. The hotel has a large parkinglot which was locked down after 23:30, so no worries about the car either. So the downsides: 1 big one: there was a big spot of black mold in the shower. There's a Lidl supermarket for groceries a couple of minutes away (by car). Aix-en-Provence center is about 15 minutes by car. Very nice towncenter, nice restaurants and a cosy market on the boulevard, open every night until, idk, 23:00/midnight orso. We would definately recommend this hotel to others.

"Excellent stay"
Excellent staff, clean modern hotel and restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Roman the hotel food and beverage manager even helped us with our GPS. We find that the price of the hotel and restaurant was a good value comparing it to other accommodations we stay at in France. The hotel even has a swimming pool. Great value.
