It was perfect. Breakfast was delicious and staff people were kind and friendly. Music in the lobby sets a vibe. What really made our stay special was the welcome call and also when manager herself made an introduction

Great hotel staff and quick check-in. Whirlpool tub in the room and good breakfast. Everything was clean and easy, but the staff was the best part. All the young ladies were so sweet and helpful and made this hotel feel five star. i even forgot my food in the room after check-out and they helped me retrieve it. smooches all around. thank you so much!!

I was very surprised that I got the customer service I did from Best Western Plus Addison Texas it started off with a young lady at the front desk when I checked in with absolutely perfect pronto on the job doing things pronto doing things like they should be done multitasking making sure every customer was taken care of unbelievable I know that I was myself really surprised to get the treatment I got I understand I am a elite rewards customer however it don't happen that way all the time again I just want to thank everybody that's the best WESTERN PLUS Addison and anytime I'm in that area and need a hotel that's where

DEPOSIT WAS WAY TOO MUCH!! My initial plans were to go to OK for the Labor Day weekend, but my car totaled a week before going to my destination. To still have a Labor Day vacation, I chose this spot for me and my family. I went directly to the Best Western website and called this location multiple times and not one time did it say on the website, nor was it told to me when I called that there will be a $100 deposit on top of the fee for the rooms reserved. Sadly, deciding to go somewhere else meant that I would lose $80 for not cancelling the day before. Then we we were told for every hour past 11am, it was a $25 fee. Never in history of ever staying in a hotel, I had to pay for staying the courtesy one hour later. The deposit was very upsetting as this cut into the money I wanted to use on my trip. The staff were nice and willing to help when needed, except during breakfast. I went down for breakfast an hour after it started and there weren't many people, so I thought that was good, and although there were supposed to be a variety of muffins, they only had five muffins and they were chocolate, not the variety as I was told. They had apples that were either rotten, cut open already, or dented. I wasn't too picky about the apples, but when I asked if they would put out more or if they had other kinds of muffins, I was told no. The mixture for the waffle battered tasted like it had cracked eggshells in them, and the sausage patties looked like they were swimming in dirty water. I specifically chose this place for breakfast, and it was only sub-par. The sheets were stained, dented refrigerators that came out of place when you opened the door. The drawers were falling out with stains on the walls and the air conditioning was so horrible. It never made our room cool, even being on 67 degrees. Walking into the elevators was like walking into a sauna. The pools were okay, not the cleanest, but we were able to swim in them, but we left sooner than we liked since men in their rooms kept coming to the windows staring and made the experience unpleasant and uncomfortable. They didn't have room towels available, was giving pool towels and then was promised real towels, but was never delivered. Although the staff was very nice, but it wasn't the experience I was looking for. There were other locations in the area with cheaper deposits. My only reason really for staying was for the free breakfast and pool and both experiences could have been better.

For the price and security hold the amenities such as breakfast and the bottle of water should be provided the bed sheers need to be washed exchanged so there are no spots overall for the price things should be better

Lodging experience was top notch. From the front desk to the next morning at breakfast and check out, staff is friendly, competent and courteous. I was concerned about noise this close to the airport - I found my room to be very quiet and well appointed. As a coffee lover I appreciated the espresso machine in the breakfast room!

Lobby surrounding area was pretty decent and clean! Walking down the hallway to the room, there was either mildew or a lot of moisture build up in the hallway and as you open the room door! It really takes your breath away or feel like there's no fresh air around.. thank God I bought a candle that help with the smell a little bit! Overall it was good for a one night stay and last minute finding it online. In the area that I was looking for! Addison Texas

Worst Best Western in the system, the surestsay a few blocks away and cheaper is way better, staff is extremely rude and make up rules for guests while other guest and employees are in the parking lot doing drugs, DO NOT STAY HERE, worst BW experience and we are platinum members, this place is worse than a drug house hotel, not safe

We always stay at this hotel when we travel for softball. The hotel is located just 20 minutes away from Plano and McKinney. A variety of places to eat, convenient stores and a Wal-Mart. The rooms are very spacious. We had plenty of hot water and we couldn't hear our neighbors.

Showed the manager a picture of the dirty tub and toilet. She then proceeded to tell me that it's a snack pack from the food I had. Then told me to pack my stuff and check ou immediately. Because of that I had to sleep outside for the night til I found a vacancy

I got a hotel room to celebrate my best friend's birthday. It was clean, quiet and we felt safe. Centrally located to shopping areas and there were many choices of food to choose from close to public transportation

Very clean, I felt safe, great choice on a budget! My room was extra clean and had a microwave and mini fridge in it. I had everything I needed and got to enjoy my time with my partner without having to leave if I didn't want to. The breakfast was pretty good as well. And great shuttle service, he got us there fast and safely!

Roaches in the bathroom, accused of smoking in the room because a washed comforter was put on one of the beds with a burn hole in it. Manager and head of housekeeping agreed their was no smell of smoke, no ashes or anything. I was advised it did not matter because their was a burn hole in the corner of the sheet as I explained it looked to have been washed and placed back and it was not the bed I slept in overnight which was clear by the initial setup of the blanket and pillows being the same. Head of housekeeping called the cops because I could not get a clear reason for an additional $200 charge and it was clear I wasn't smoking , because I would not leave the hotel before clarity. While in the lobby, the manager tried several times to charge my card for the amount of $200, then tried $100 at a time, but my card is locked and I kept advising her, but I continued receiving notifications for the attempted charge. Worst experience I have ever had with a hotel room. I took a picture of the burn hole and it's obvious that happen with a previous guest and the staff did not replace the comforter properly and that should not be my fault.

Front desk check in was quick and courteous, parking was available near our room, everything in the room was perfect. Location was nice and we were very comfortable. All in all everything you could want from a hotel stay!

This is my go to hotel. It is close to many restaurants and within walking distance to several bars and clubs. I love the whirlpool rooms and the staff is always very friendly and polite. I try to get away at least once a month here.

Area seems very quiet and safe in comparison to many other different hotels I frequent in Dallas and the inside was clean with everything in working order. Curtious professional staff. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Booked using rewards points and was made to pay a $100 deductible which is more than the room to begin with and when I called customer service they absolutely blew me off and did nothing and then the hotel staff was rude the rest of the stay

We have stayed here over thirty times in two years and only have a couple complaints that can easily be fixed. Every room the air conditioners are musty and full of old bacteria now its not easy to fix this problem because each ac needs to be taken out and washed out not just the filter cleaned. but i can say the bed linen is clean and thats the reason will continue to visit this property in the future.

It has the best value for the money... I spend, with all the fees and taxes $70 - $75 during the week... That includes a nice room with comfortable bed, enough pillows, a fridge, microwave, desk or chair/couch depending on number of beds... The gym is great, the pool.and a rea around pool is great too... The Winner or loser for me every time is the breakfast... Theirs is a very nice Breakfast... For me, I'd say a full breakfast like they serve would cost.$15 - $20 per person easy. I deduct that from the cost of the room so really I feel like really getting the room for.$50. That's a deal no matter where you go!!

We stayed here while visiting Addison and my advice to you would be to keep on going! Horrible service, room stank, a/c barely kept the room cool-ish, we were forced to leave a $100 deposit for the room , even though we were pre-booked and paid with a credit card, front desk made a copy of my dl, first time either of those things have ever been done in all of my years of traveling. The real kicker was we asked for a late check out,never a problem at hundred of other locales. Not this place. Nope. Our late check out was 11:30!! 30 minutes!!! That's all they'd give us. Very disappointing for a diamond select member!

When I come to a hotel (not very often), even an affordable hotel, I at least expect to be basically comfortable, & this room was way too warm, even with AC set permanently on 65 degrees. It just NEVER cooled off. Ridiculous. No exhaust fan in bathroom & a small room, so after a shower, opening bathroom door made the room like a sauna. Having already moved from a truly disgusting & scary hotel (Quality Inn-Addison) after just one night, I was not in the mood to move rooms AGAIN…yes I know it's TX & yes I know its unusually hot for June, but cmon….power your rooms with a decent AC to keep your guests cool. Why is EVERY HOTEL IN ADDISON TEXAS OPERATED BY A PERSON FOR WHOM ENGLISH IS A 2nd LANGUAGE? The responses to complaints from customers, both online & in person, is “meh” and a standard canned shrug-shoulder. Guess there is always another sucker around the corner. Go find a hotel that will keep you cool. It aint this one.

Location is great, breakfast is not the best, not variety, room is specious but very bad smell in the room. Like old moldy smell. Try to get the air out window but window can't slide and can't lift up. almost feel off. Window doesn't have screen. Hotel like the Maze. Very off shape. Need to upgrade the hotel.

Jacuzzi tub was disgusting! Turn the jets on and stuff shoots out- skin dirt mud sand and idk what else! I was given cleaning supplies to clean it myself- the toilet was also broken. They offered me $20 DATE NIGHT RUINED!

Requires photo images of id and credit card filed with them on their computer to check in. Marijuana smoke throughout non smoking areas. Toilets low to ground. Quiet although adjacent to railroad tracks and airport. There are better choices on the same street.

We have travel from OK to TX quite often and always stop in Dallas for a break since the drive is 9hrs. We have stayed in hotels near this area but by far this is the best hotel yet! It's clean and nice for the price. We did run into a minor issue with the toilet running at 3am but we called the front desk and they walked us through what to do. The breakfast biscuits were good. However, I was expecting more options. All in all, it was a pleasant stay!

Stayed at the aforementioned hotel..nice place, clean interior/exterior presence, good free breakfast and internet service, but their pandemic response of NO daily room cleaning services and NO trash pick-up for the 4 nights/5 day stay!! I thought that was ridiculous. They may not have Covid but they will have cockroaches in their future with that mindset. Had to find a housekeeper cleaning another room to secure additional washcloths. Asked for a "grab-n-go" breakfast bag, prior to early departure and was assured it would be available....NO one was at the desk when I departed. Just a box to drop my room key in leaving.

This hotel is close to Dallas Lovefield airport. The price is fairly reasonable but this hotel needs a facelift/makeover. Saul at the front desk was very nice. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Some of the clientele staying in this hotel were sketchy.

Pillows are terrible!! We had to go buy our own just so we could sleep! We had the lovely smell off Marijuana every time we opened our door. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. STAY AWAY there are other options on the same block. Holiday Inn Express and La Quinta I bet those are waaaaayyyyy better!

I recently stayed at you location this past Saturday 10/16/21. I was excited to stay in the King Jacuzzi with my Wife. The room was overly sprayed with air freshener. I inspected the Jacuzzi & seen it was the shower, bath tub, and Jacuzzi as well. Very disappointing and wanted to leave. My Wife wanted to stay and we did. Other issues I experienced was the AC. I had it at 70 and at 60. Still wasn't cold. As we laid the bed it was quite noisy and made it difficult to get adjusted to sleep. I reached out to GM - Ankit Patel & Front Office Mgr - Kennedy Harris via email & phone. Neither one have attempted to contact me.

Great room sheets always fresh and clean and the surrounding community is also where we conduct Business in the Addison coridor. I wish all hotels used new sheets and pillows that's what makes this hotel stand out. If you know of something else in room is more important than that please inform me .

We stayed here one night. Let me first state that the staff was great and the beds were comfortable but not sure about some of the management choices. We had a room with two beds. Each had exactly two pillows (lumpy..and not so lumpy. Our room was a non-smoking room but clearly smelling of cigarettes. The furniture was a bit banged up, the lamp shade crooked, the bath towel smaller than normal. Due to Covid we were offered a grab and go bag instead of breakfast, packed with an apple, a cereal bar, water, and one of the prepackaged cinnamon rolls. Coffee was only available in the room, let's call it colored chlorinated water.. What really stood out though was the extra rule this hotel made me initial off on: make-up stains on linens would incur a $50 charge. Never seen this before… would we come back? Probably not.

The motel was in a quite area with several other motels around. It has good parking and nice rooms. There are several restaurants in the area so dinner was easy. It just off of Beltline Road and close to North Dallas Expressway so it is convenient to travel around the area around North Dallas.

Conveniently located in Addison with restaurants adjacent. Great service in a up to date hotel. The pool was very enjoyable on a hot summers day. The cleanliness was outstanding. Can highly recommend this hotel.

First thing… the whirlpool room was NOT the one in the pictures I saw but it was fine. We were in 3 different rooms in a 3 night span. We checked in and noticed an unpleasant smell in room #1. We turned the AC lower and thought maybe it just needed more air flow. While unpacking I found a decent sized wet spot on the carpet. With where it was located in the room the only real explanation was that something in the room beside us was leaking. There weren't any other rooms with the whirlpool available that night so we stayed and the employee said he would work on getting us an new room for the remainder of our stay. The next morning he called to let us know he had a room ready for us. When we got to the new (non-smoking) room it smelled like weed. My husband told the employee up front and he immediately gave us the keys to another room which I really appreciated. In room #3, anytime someone else would close their door ours would rattle like someone was shaking the door handle. The first time I heard it I actually though someone was trying to get in. I didn't notice it in the first room but my husband said it did the same but was definitely louder in room #3. The AC never really seemed to get super cold in either room. I had it on 64 and still had to sleep with no blankets on. And there was a TV but the remote didn't work so it was basically useless. With all that said we didn't stay in the room much anyways so after we got everything settled it was ok. Definitely could've been better but the manager was nice enough to work to discount part of our stay because of everything that first night. Oh and there is no housekeeping provided on the weekends. If you need something you can ask for it at the front desk but don't plan on anyone making the bed, changing the linens or emptying the teeny tiny trash can.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus Addison/Dallas Hotel one night so we could attend a funeral. We had two Best Western gift cards to use for the stay. I tried to present my phone that showed the gift card numbers. The clerk said to email them to an email address. I told the clerk that they are to be presented at check in, but he refused and said just to email the numbers, and he gave me a card with the email address. After our stay, I called the Best Western toll-free number and spoke to a rep who said the clerk should have recorded the gift cards AT CHECK IN. She forwarded my request for credit to another department. A few days later, I got an email from the manager of the hotel, saying it was too late to receive credit. I called her and told her that I had a printout of the gift cards and the same information on my phone. She said they checked their cameras and it only shows my phone in hand, and basically implied that I was lying (I will admit to being mistaken, apparently I did not have a print copy of the gift cards in hand, but I did have them on my phone). I lost my temper at this point, shouted a few very ugly words, then hung up. The so-called "gift cards" remain unredeemed. Watch out, they will cheat you. By the way, the 'breakfast bag" we received for breakfast was a joke. Should have been called "barf bags".

We spent extra on an upgraded room. It was located right next to a side exit door which people slammed shut ALL NIGHT. We got no sleep. Housekeeping was gone all weekend so anything we needed we had to go get ourselves. The bed was uncomfortable and came with 3 tiny pillows.

We only decided to stay here based on our first interaction with the front desk associate. We had other options that were closer to where we spent most of our time but based on his helpful attitude and attentiveness we decided to stay with Best Western and plus. When we arrived the outside of hotel was clean as was the reception area. We went to our room and as soon as we walked in cigarette smoke hit us like a brick. I started to check the bed (like I normally do at any hotel) as soon as I took the comforter off I saw a bug crawling on the sheets, long black curly hair and short black (almost like pubic hair) on the bed I stripped the sheets and continued to keep checking! More and more hair was discovered. The bathroom had a couple of the same small bugs in and on the sink that we're on the bed. I went and reported this to the front desk and was told “ ah so some bugs got in... well I have no other rooms available and it's just me here tonight so I can get you some clean sheets.” My husband went to the store and bought cleaning supplies and deep cleaned our entire room, changed sheets, pillows and pillow cases, and comforter. Signs in the hallways said no cleaning service would be available all weekend so we didn't expect anyone else to be able to help us. The front desk associate noted it in our log and said managers would take care of us tomorrow or thr next day. We heard from NO ONE. At checkout when asked how was our stay I brought up again about the first night and was given an apology and told “ yeah we read about it in your log” We won't be staying again here and probably not at another best western.

Details are unimportant. The desk clerk was extremely helpful and solved a minor problem that I had encountered outside of the purview of the hotel. He solvent this problem professionally and masterfully.

Spent the night in a Whirlpool suite and it was awesome. The hotel was clean and the service was friendly. No noisy neighbors, though the room was next to an exit, so we could sometimes hear the door slam, but it wasn't frequent enough to be a problem.

As always, we stay at this Best Western when we are in the area. This time however, we had some challenges with the amenities. We had ended our day after a long tiring drive and had checked in and unpacked and discovered that the shower wasn't working. We headed to the front desk to explain our dilemma and Josuey (sp??) was able to immediately relocate us in a different room after some juggling since they were expecting a very full occupancy that night. He was very understanding and accommodating, he provided us the new room keys and had us check to make sure that the shower in the new room was working before we packed up everything to move to the new room. We keep coming back because we appreciate the mind fullness in which the staff takes care of their guests. Thank you so much.

We make it a point to stay at this hotel each time we visit the area because we've come to expect a level of consistency which the filks at this hotel provide. Clean rooms, comfy beds, quiet rooms, friendly, courteous and helpful staff. We appreciate the consistency as it speaks to the hiring, training and customer service focus of the owners/management. Keep up the good work.

The rooms were excellent and roomy and clean. House keeping staff was amazing! Definitely will return! Convenient location with ample venues to eat at nearby as well as shopping center not far. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were roomy!

The room was very clean and up kept.I loved the open space jacuzzi that sat beneath a nice flat screen tv that I enjoyed while my fiancé sat in the bed enjoying football on the other tv,overall I had a great time.

She is tryin to take my cash deposit under and petty and false accusations. She's just one of these people that you meet for some reason she doesn't want to be helpful she doesn't give a crap about her job she just wants to make your state or your life as difficult as possible and letting her know I had a cash deposit has just made her day his goal to be to get that from me. Tell me why I have four white towels in my new room's tub washing them because they are dirty and by dirty mean I mean 2 feet yellow stains that I didn't even know were there or my stains some brown stuff for washing the room because I wash the room back in the room Windex room sanitize the room got all the dirty laundry together took out the trash and vacuumed it to get my deposit back and she's hitting me with this. Got the whole room on video it's 100% sparkling in the towers you have to get up to like 1 inch to him to see a faint yellow stain in really good lighting I'll never be back here again well this lady's working here her team is awesome it's too bad that she isn't she's not helpful she doesn't want to book my reservation she wouldn't help me with points she won't let me have the room I'm in now even though I was told I could have it everything has been terribly combative with her.

The check in and check out were ok but time consuming. The room smelled stale and my cpap mask still smells like that. There were no outlets easy to access on the right side of the bed. There were only 2 usb outlets in the entire room. The other guests seemed to be partiers. Finally, the nonsmoking policy did not seem to be enforced.

My room was so clean. I love all my pillows. The inside and outside was clean. Which I love so much. The street was clean and nice. No cracks in their parking lot. The parking lot was even clean when you come in its clean the front desk what's nice and helpful. Don't forget to sign up for the membership that they have or they offer. Great customer service. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom. There is a long mirror on their closet. They also offer a ironing board...and a iron so that you can iron your clothes. Cool hangers... and if your coffee or tea drinker that's all so offered in the restroom. They also offer a mini fridge and a microwave just in case people have never been there you know what they have in their rooms.

Our stay at BWP is always satisfying. We never have to wait on room serve. The breakfast was good before the Corona virus hit. The hotel is clean. If anyone is looking for a clean place to stay I will tell you that best Western plus is the place to stay.

I recommend this Hotel to anyone who is looking for a nice and quiet location that doesn't have a lot of traffic moving in and out of the hotel. It is always very clean, the staff are all friendly and nice. There's lots of restaurants around so you don't have to go far for food. I don't mind coming back here.

All around 5 stars. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was stocked with everything from oatmeal and fresh fruit to sliced ham and biscuits with gravy. I do wish they offered a plant based meat option however. I'm a pescatarian so breakfast is always my toughest meal of the day. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spotless. Housekeeping did an amazing job. You definitely get more than what you pay for here. We'll be back.

Got checked in fast when I arrived at 11pm. The room was upstairs around two corners. Maybe a little far for a late and tired customer. The room was clean and well laid out. The AC was not loud but could not be turned off completely. The shower was clean and looked recently renovated. The bathroom amenities were all there. No obvious flaws. Slept well on comfortable beds. Checked out by simply returning the keys to the front desk.

We traveled and stayed in motels for 3 weeks. BW is always a safe choice. The breakfast is warm and has a nice variety. Rooms clean and comfortable. We pick a good one as far as location. We were close to where we needed to be. Will stay here again when in the area.

Any time I'm in the Dallas/ Addison area I choose to stay at the best western for their cleanliness and specially their beds, the staff is very accommodating and if you ever have any problems they go out of their way to promptly correct them.

Other than the lengthy check-in, (they had me as a member of the Texas Road Service or something), which took some time to fix. Everything else went smoothly. They even upgraded my room due to the lengthy check-in process. The room was amazing. And the fitness center was better than most.

Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, room was very comfortable. Staff was very knowledgeable of surroundings. Was there during Thanksgiving and was made to feel right at home. Will most definitely stay at this hotel again!

Didn't really like the stale smell in the air. Reminded me of a motel and not a hotel. But hey that's what I get for trying to be cheap and pay less than 100 bucks a night. Hopefully the BW in Tennessee gives me a better experience

The rooms are clean. Breakfast was very good. The eggs were cooked so I could actually make a breakfast sandwich. Great toppings for waffles in addition to the usual syrup. I can't judge the pool, because the outside temperature was 29 degrees. The staff is friendly.

My fiance and I were in town for a birthday weekend celebration of a friend. This hotel was reasonable as we wanted a room with a whirlpool that actually functioned. Everything was as it should have been although I will say when I wanted water, the member water which cost $1 was out and had to pay $1.75 which is why i didn't give all five stars. Members should never have to settle to pay more, it should always be stocked. Overall the staff was very friendly and attentive. Great location, and many choices of restaurants and stores if you need to grab last minute items. I would definitely recommend.

I honestly wasn't expecting this hotel to be as nice as it was. I had a coffee conference at another nearby hotel, however, due to cost of that particular hotel, I decided to stay at the Best Western due to better and more affordable cost and I also was able to obtain Best Western Points. I am so glad I came here, spacious room and everything I needed was here. Great location as most restaurants and bars are close by and even walking distance. Extremely friendly service and loved breakfast here. There was so much food, I didn't even know where to began. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying.

Amazing facility great staff love my stay hotel was very clean room and bed was very comfortable great breakfast I have no complaints at all very professional staff went above and beyond stayed two nights really enjoyed this hotel stay I would stay again if I'm in the addison area.

A little older hotel in an area with a lot of hotels. We checked in on a Saturday just after 3pm and checked in quickly. I requested a room on 2nd (top) floor which we got but the front facing view was completely blocked with the front entrance roof cover.Oh well,the room was roomy and clean although an older look and the AC was off! I turned on ac and it cooled quickly.Small flat screen tv, mini fridge,shower had great pressure. Breakfast is included but not all that great actually.Elevator is in the middle of the hotel which was the only one. Hotel is in walking distance to a lot of good restaurants.Great rate and all we needed. I would stay there again if in that part of Dallas.

I stayed in a Best Western Plus in downtown St Paul and it was great so I decided to try this one in Addison. We arrived late (about 6:30pm). There was no one at the desk so we had to wait with several others. After checking in we received a room. When we unlocked the room, we realized the room smelled and it had not been cleaned or we were in the wrong room so we quickly backed out. But not before taking pictures. Back to the desk we go and was given another room. This room had a light bulb that need to be replaced and for some reason the air seemed to not kick ON at night. Maintenance did come up to replace the bulb. I'm not sure if I will try this chain again. I did not find the pillows or bed comfortable either.

Rooms smelled of mold.When I complained I was told to speak to the manager.I voiced my complaint to the manager and asked for a new room to which she replied leave the hotel.Very bad rooms with even worse customer service.

I have found Best Westerns to be staffed with excellent people, clean, comfortable and nicely appointed rooms plus excellent hot breakfasts. Best Western Plus Addison/Dallas Hotel, Dallas, TEXAS is no exception. We will stay here again with our next visit to the Addison-Dallas area. Highly recommend.

I always stay at BW and have always enjoyed my stays, staff here very friendly as always. BUT the room had a funky smell (my wife ran to store to buy deoderorizer) There was a very large dead roach in the bathroom (which housekeeping got redy of the very next day.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent though unfortunately it was just for a night. The room was clean albeit a little basic. The breakfast was great but the the best part was the location. The place literally has restaurants covering every kind of cuisine you would be interested in. Couple that with the very reasonable price i got the room for makes this a 5 star review from me.

I have stayed here twice in the last month. Place appears clean and well maintained. Beds and pillows comfortable. AC and Wifi work. Free breakfast is unusually good. Lots of nearby shops and eateries on Beltline. Walmart, A Torchies, A Dollar Tree not too far way.

We've stayed at this BW for several years. It needs major updating for the musty rooms. The location is fantastic, but there are newer hotels built across the street, making this hotel look all the older.

This hotel is in a perfect location! So much to see and do around it. I did not get to eat breakfast this time, I had to leave early, but it is always amazing! Front desk is friendly as well! Will be definitely back! Only issue, but they said they were working on it...the elevator had no air. It was scorching in there.

The hotel is located in a great area for food and entertainment, the staff is accommodating and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and will stay here again. The rates are reasonable and the rooms, lobby and breakfast area were all very clean.

This hotel is located in a very convenient location. Everything is surrounded by it restaurants, the Galleria, movie theatre, Bowling, pool hall, arcade, message spas, etc. The room was clean, staff was very friendly, fast check in and check out, great rates, the only thing I would improve is the options for Breakfast. Breakfast had very limited options compared to other Bestern Western Plus I've stayed at. If they improve on the Breakfast, this hotel will be excellent instead of very Good!!!!

First room I had smelled like sewer. Maintenance said It had something to do with the pipes... The breakfast was sub par went somewhere else to eat. Not a Plus version of Best Western in my opinion...

I always stay at Best Western. I am never disappointed. The staff is always very friendly and willing to serve and the rooms are always very clean. There is also very little noise at night which is saying alot since I am a very light sleeper and was easily able to get rest.

Hotel was decent. Pool was nice. Breakfast was great. Rooms were on the smaller side. As soon as we left check-in we smelled the strong odor of marijuana. The entire first floor smelled like weed and mildew. Our room smelled like cigarettes and mildew as well. I notified the front desk ONLY because I didn't want to be charged since they have a "strict smoking policy." He told me that he would notate it, but charge me a fee if they found evidence. I told him I would thoroughly check the room to make sure nothing was left by someone before us. The AC/heater made the room smell when we turned it on. The coffee machine leaked and the coffee was terrible. Upon inspecting the room we found DIRTY underwear under the blankets at the foot of the bed. There was a weak patch in the hall floor. Definitely a tripping hazard especially if you have kids. The hotel advertised a hot tub, but did not have one. Not a huge deal, but we looked forward to it. When I notified the corporate office of my issues with our stay they asked the hotel if they addressed these issues. They said we declined their offer of a different room, which wasn't true. They clerk told us he was full and didn't have any rooms. I'm still trying to get my money back. Will not be returning.

It's a Best Western PLUS. Really nice property in a nice commercial area of stores and restaurants. Plenty of parking. Sam at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. It's located in North Dallas, perfect for visiting George W. Bush Museum and SMU. Unfortunately, there is no escaping the Dallas toll roads. Very reasonably priced hotel. Good flow of BW breakfast buffet.

Don't choose this hotel for Kaboom town- you cannot watch the fireworks from there. They will also charge you extra if you bring a second car and you have to pay for it in cash. The room was very nice, the bed and the pillows were so comfortable. It's a small two-story Hotel. Breakfast was very nice although I didn't care for the egg patties, there's a lot of variety. Not only is there a refrigerator in the room but a microwave as well. My stay was very nice, it was very quiet, location is excellent; it's less than a block away from Beltline where all the restaurants and businesses are, only a couple of blocks away from Addison Circle and the tollway. Elevator and stairwells were very hot, probably about a hundred degrees.

The bed was very comfortable and I had a great night sleep. I believe the hotel could use a makeover. The guy that checked me in was great. The breakfast was average. The room and bathroom were clean. Great location and I would recommend to family and friends.

Clean rooms and quiet area. Close to eateries, easy access to the interstate. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with dinner ideas. Breakfast was sufficient, fresh and hot! Overall a great experience!

This hotel has potential and wasn't the worst I've stayed in, but also was very uncomfortable. We would have left if my rate had been refundable, but we stuck it out and made the best of it. Unpleasant odor upon entering the hotel- bad quality cleaners permeating the general smell mixed with stale. The room we were given was absolutely funky with its odor. The air conditioner was blowing a bad mildewy dusty smell out, ruining the air quality of the room. We couldn't have it on and breathe. The front desk clerk was not able to accommodate a room change but did give us a turbo high speed fan to use they didnt really have a low setting, so we used it with a roar going in the room. The carpet I This room was dense with a bad smell and feel that indicates it clearly needs to be well cleaned or changed out. This location should invest in replacing the carpeting with hygienic dust free flooring, and replace its air conditioners. I'm not a general complainer- this was a REAL issue with a real impact. My throat became sore through the night sleeping there and breathing the air in that room. I didn't rest well because of it. $80 did not seem like a good value and I wished we'd stayed elsewhere. The pool was not clean, and the breakfast was not appetizing. We asked for a late check out so we could finish something we were working on and the clerk said he could only give til 11:45. Ridiculous. The standards of a Best Western should be higher, and customers deserve better. The employees also deserve better abd should not be working in such a rank environment. Change the cleaning products! In general the room was clean and quiet. There was a nice elephant made out of towels on the bed, which was a nice touch. It could be a much better place with the air quality upgraded. I hope it happens.

This location has always been my best bang for my dollar ,clean rooms great staff and a very secure , My go to hotel at least twice a month. I would recommend the Addison Texas location as it's one of the best hotel experiences I have in a very long time.

We spent a few nights at this hotel while visiting our son and were very satisfied. It's an older hotel but has been remodeled and upgraded nicely. Rooms are a little small but still comfortable. Breakfast was average to good. I'd stay there again. Prices were very reasonable.

1-night stay with my wife on our way to Little Rock, Arkansas. Although they had a check-in time of 4pm, but the lady at the front desk was very accommodating and ready to check us in as soon as a clean room was available. The room and bathroom were relatively spacious compared to other BW hotels I have visited. Overall the brief stay was very nice. Location was also close to a lot of eateries.

This is a very nice hotel situated in Addison Texas. Located within walking distance of several restaurants pharmacies grocery stores and convenience stores. This is one of my favorite best western locations the people are incredibly friendly, it's priced right. A short drive from Love Field is worth it for the easy access to highways and restaurants. I look forward to staying on my next visit, thank you all for the hospitality!

Great stay as usual. I pick this for location. It's near everything I like in Dallas Got go around the corner at my favorite stop in town. Nates best seafood happy hour ever. Close to the Dallas Galleria. Close to all my banking attentions. Great for my personal and business issues.

I love staying here, the rates for the location are phenomenal. This hotel is my preference when working in the area. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful with anything you need. The location is tucked back off of Beltline so the traffic is minimal.

Not worth the trouble to try to claim Rewards, Never delivered vouchers, then no voucher rooms ever available. Save $5 and stay at the NEXT hotel. Same service and amenities, without the "NEVER GOTTEN Rewards" . Really a deal killer!

Our GPS and other items got stolen from our vehicle even if the parking is well-lit and our parking is near the entrance. Nobody even cared if our vehicle's alarm went on. I hope that there will be security personnel patroling the area at night

I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Addison! It it located by tons of restaurants and shopping centers, as well as easy to access the highway. The check in and out process was as easy as PIE :)

I have stayed at the Addison Best Western Plus several times over the last several years. Never disappointed. Staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Great location and has been a great price as well.

Excellent customer service very helpful, friendly and polite staff. Breakfast was good as usual, rooms are very clean and smell good. Good parking area-from checking in to checking out the whole experience was good! Thank you will definitely be back.

The hotel is clean and well organized. the room has a fresh oder and beddings and very clean and tidy. The gym equipment is brand new and room is spaciuos. When I did my check-in, I received a warm welcome by giveing me 2 bottles of water and cookies on learning I have driven most of the day without lunch.

Very nice hotel. Quiet for me and my spouses leisure time. Very convenient for our happy hr spots. Followed by close Brunch location. Staff was wonderful. Excellent in cleanliness! I have visited this hotel a few times and I always request the same room "The Bridal Suite". The room is always clean and comfortable. Only draw back this time was a family who had children above us and literally ran track from their window overlooking the pool to the front door of their room. This took place until 1:00 in the morning. By then we had to call the front desk. Guess the parental person became upset (who cares) and began stomping(childish). Another called had to be made and this time all the excessive noise stopped. Finally we were able to get some sleep.

I had a horrible nights stay there. I arrived at about 12:30am on the 10th. Got booked into my room. Tried to sleep and kept hearing this chirping noise for hours and tried ear plugs nothing worked. Finally after no sleep, I couldn't take it any more and went down to ask front desk for a new room. She came up and messed with the batteries in the smoke detector and got it fixed. At that opint I was already upset and wide awake. I fly to Dallas for classes and had to be up by 7 and in intense classes for the next 3 days where i needed to be in top form. I had absolutely no sleep and couldn't function the next day. Ask to talk with a manager to request a refund for that night. She said no one was there. The next day I asked the same thing and was told no one was there. They both said they would write my compliant down and let a manger know I wanted to speak with them. No one contacted me. I want a refund for the night of

Very nice hotel and great rates. Close to lots of places to eat and shop (Best Buy and Walmart about mile away). Far better than other hotels in the same area in my opinion. I can get to my locations in Dallas or Fort Worth very easily from here .

Hotel was very dirty, breakfast was not good, was told we can only get a 11:30am late checkout and no rooms before 4pm. So guest have to leave before 12 noon and it's no rooms available before 4pm. How long does it take to clean rooms?I have pictures and video of the dirty room and bathroom.

The hotel was what I needed it to be for the price. It was a good nights sleep at a great price especially for a last minute stay! Breakfast is my favorite. I pretty much judge a hotel by the breakfast. They had a nice setup good food and it and was clean and well stocked. They did have 2 waffle machines that's always good especially when everyone wants waffles in the morning. Check-in is not till 4, however I tried to kill time, but I didn't have anything else to do when I got to town. So I went to the hotel and they allowed me to check-in early, very grateful for that. It was smooth and easy. There were bites and pieces of the hotel that you can tell were older, the vending machines didn't work, the hotel smelled like Fabuloso, which smelled good. Everyone I encountered seemed nice. The room I got was in the first floor. It was a nice room. It had a refrigerator and microwave. The room was clean. There was some a few tears in the ottoman, the room showed a little wear and tear There was a few stains on the sheets of one of the beds. The a.c. Didn't blow that well and it got pretty warm in the room that night. That was disappointing. It was a nice stay and quiet. I would recommend and stay again if I was in the area!

This hotel is centrally located, there are many shops and restaurants nearby. Dallas Galleria is 5 minutes down the street. The room is large, clean, and functional. The Internet worked great in my room on the second floor in the back of the hotel. The breakfast was good, with several choices and fresh food. I would come back to this hotel, there are many parking spaces as well. Highly recommenced.

Pros: service, staff, location Cons: the bed! I mean, without a good bed, the stay can never be great. Bed fair, not bad, but could definitely be better. Breakfast, ok. Staff friendly. Price hard to beat.

This was a second stay here, and we had a lot more time to look around the area, to our surprise there was a lot of dinning option with in minutes of this hotel and the area was very nice safe and easy to get around. This hotel is in a good location, well worth the stay, room clean and up to date staff great.

Check in staff needs to dress more professional. Breafast could use more variety, eggs looked pretty gross, like powdered eggs or something. Room was clean, spacious, little outdated but great value. Great location, lots of restaurants near by, parking is free. I would stay here again

Location was great to lots of restaurants. We stayed for 3 nights. The first day we asked for our room to be cleaned while we were out, when we came back it had not been done. So when we left again for the evening we asked again and it was done when we got back. The second day same thing. Room was not cleaned while we were out. We told them at the front desk again and the desk person got us towels.

First of all, they charge $100 deposit. That in itself is outrageous. We stayed Mon night - Fri morning. On Wednesday, housekeeping didn't even try to come clean our room until after 3 PM. By that time we were back from sightseeing, so we skipped it. Thursday after we got back, we heard the housekeepers arguing loudly about whose job it is to inspect the rooms over the TV show we were trying to watch. We heard their conversations every day, but that was the loudest. And every night there were slamming doors to the front desk all night long. It wasn't relaxing at all. I only gave it two stars because the location is great, the desk staff was polite, and the breakfast was good.

This hotel is right off Addison's "Restaurant Row", so lots of good dining choices in the immediate vicinity. It is set back from the road which is a good thing because there is a constant flow of traffic! The BW is quiet, well kept and offers a nice breakfast. Our room was clean, but a lttle on the small side, we weren't there much, so it worked fine. Cordial front desk staff. Complimentary breakfast was fine, needed a little more attention on keeping items stocked. Well lighted parking lot.

The staff was very friendly. Our flight got in early and they were able to hold our bags behind the front desk while we got lunch and then ended up getting us into our room early. Our flight was later in the day and they were able to do the same for checkout. They let us check out slightly later and held our bags for us when we checked out and went to lunch. Thank you for the exceptional service. This hotel was walking distance to a lot of restaurant options. We would definitely book again.

This hotel was well kept, clean, and overall a really good experience. It is close to a number of things that are important for me when I work in Dallas and I recommend it highly. The service was excellent and I particularly liked the "clean" remote control.

We stayed the entire weekend and had a very pleasant experience. We booked the room online and checked in quickly upon arrival with no issues. The young man at the desk was helpful and friendly. The exterior of the hotel is clean and in a safe area surrounding by tons of restaurants and stores. Our room with king size bed was clean and neat and included a mini fridge, microwave and decent sized TV. Bed was comfortable but the air conditioner could have been a little cooler. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. Check out was a breeze as well. I would stay here again and recommend the place highly for the value.

Had a good stay overall. Good location to my place of work and plenty of restaurants nearby. Queen bed not as comfortable as I would like. Hotel always very friendly and helpful. Although I did not partake in the breakfast, they had good presentation and a variety of items to choose from.

I stay at this facility because of location, cleanliness and the staff. I'm always well treated and provided with good service. This facility has very easy access to the toll way and to the freeway. Additionally, there are good restaurants very nearby to the hotel. One in special is Andiamo Italian. There are a variety of food and services nearby, the area is well maintained and extremely safe.

This was my first visit to Dallas for a work trip and what a bad impression. As soon as you walk in through the door you can smell the carpets and it just gave me a bad feeling. The girls at the front desk were friendly and one of them was training. I go up to my room after a very long day and I just wanted to take a nice hor shower. As I get out I realize there is something brownish inside the bathroom light, I get closer and move it, a huge dead cockroach!!!!!!! So disgusting. I immediately rush downstairs to switch rooms and I do but when I get into that room the pillow cover were filthy. Clear this is a very dirty property, the next morning I went to check out breakfast which was mediocre. I checked out that day and went to a different hotel because it is just unacceptable. Do not waste your money and spend an extra $50 for somewhere else nearby. I have been traveling since I was a kid and I have never seen roaches dead or alive inside a room and dirty pillows!

Amazing Staff, Good Amenities, Wonderful Staff This was my second visit to this hotel. Everything was perfect. They have a good breakfast spread and a decent swimming pool and Gym. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Walmart is at a short walking distance The staff is very very helpful and go out of their way to help guests. Would definitely stay at the hotel again.

This hotel is centrally located. Close to everything! Addison is an awesome town. There are restaurants (fast food, mid range and luxury) all up and down Beltline. A Whole Foods Market and Kroger are close by as well as all kinds of shopping. The front desk clerks were all very friendly and helpful. They serve a hot breakfast that includes eggs and biscuits and a meat along with waffles, oatmeal, yogurt and such. There is a nice fitness center and there are two computers in the business center.The only reason I did not give it a 5 is because of the pool and no hot chocolate. The pool is clean, however, it is a very small area and at breakfast they did not have hot chocolate packets. Will definitely stay here again when in town.

The location of this hotel was great. Super close to the Galleria & an overall good area. The building is older & you can tell. There is no central A/C. The elevator has no ventilation or a fan to keep it cool. Considering it was summer, every time we used it, we felt like we were suffocating. The A/C in the room did not cool down. We had it on the lowest setting and our room still wouldn't cool. Not sure if the plastic covering to keep the curtains out of the way had anything to do with it. Breakfast was good. Decent selection for various diets. The location would make us consider it again, but without some updating, we would be inclined to try another hotel as there were 2 others right next to this one.

Perfect location near shopping and restaurants. This Best Western should not be classified as a PLUS, though. Toiletries are tiny and cheap, the AC could not adequately cool the room, neither phone worked, and there weren't enough electrical outlets. It seemed like an older hotel (shortage of outlets, low ceilings, dark) that had been updated (modern colors and decorations). Staff was friendly and efficeint.

The hotel staff is terrible, inexperienced, and malicious. My family stayed their a month ago. The clerk at the desk did not know what to do with the voucher. After several calls to Best Western customer's service, the clerk, finally, let my family in. He changed his mind towards the midnight and told my family to vacate the room and threatened to call police. Who would keep cool after being told to vacate the room in the middle of a night with three kids? However, no recourse by the manager. a total ignorance. No recourse by Best Western. Regardless whether you are a Diamond member or a first-time stayer. Best Western hotels are a state within the state. All standards conversations are futile. The hotel manager is a king. If he/she does not like, you have nor rights. I also believe the hotel staff discriminates against immigrants. If English is not your first language, stay away from this hotel.

Great roooms that are very clean and a caring hotel staff. went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of and made sure i had all of the requests that i made before checking in. Usually the staff is nice but this location was over the top answering all questions and fixing tv etc when needed.

Very friendly enjoyed my stay. Wasn't acknowledged as a platinum member but that's not a big deal. Room was clean and comfortable. WiFi worked well and easy check out. I didn't eat breakfast but the coffee was good.

This hotel was located in a good area....plenty of restaurant choices, shopping not far away. The hotel itself is located on a quiet side street. Our room was quiet. Room was clean, well equipped; bed was comfy.Coffeemaker in room, although we didn't use it. Front desk very friendly, both checking in and checking out. B'fast was typical hotel b'fast with waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, fruit, pastries, bagels, etc. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here due to an early class in the area. Had a room overlooking the pool. Quiet and very cool AC. Good night's sleep. Good bathroom; strong shower. Breakfast was OK; nothing too exciting. May return.

Rented room for 3 nights. Didn't look like picture. Found dirty panties in bathroom. Asked that the bathroom and bed be cleaned. Cleaning ladies complained in Spanish that it wasn't dirty. Unfortunately for them, my fiancee speaks Spanish and was willing to explain to them in Spanish how gross dirty panties that aren't hers is. Needless to say it didn't get us in the mood. Then they sprayed the bed down with something and I got a rash. The walls are paper thin. The pricing is a joke. I've been to several motel 6s that were cheaper and better, yet they want to charge Marriot prices. Gtfo with that nonsense.

Enjoyed our nights stay and the breakfast. The front desk staff were very courteous. We had a late check in coming from Houston, but the hotel and pool were relaxing. The waffle maker had a long line because some folks were making 3 pancakes at a time.

Stayed at this hotel unexpectedly when the water was shut off at home. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean, updated, and very comfortable. The hotel was quiet and and pleasant. All in all - for the price - I was very satisfied - if not pleasantly surprised. I would definitely recommend this location and would stay here again if needed.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The room is close to the stairs which is handy, (try not to use the elevator, walking is better for you) along with the room, the hot breakfast items are a nice treat. The hotel is close to my business dealings and local friends.

This is the WORST Best Western I've ever visited. The front desk staff Alexa and John were both RUDE. Their appearance was sloppy and they appeared as though they were just rolling out of bed at 11:30am. The lobby, desk and surrounding area were filthy. The front desk had papers everywhere and the staff were “unable” to provide receipts. They will try and charge you an additional $20 of unexplainable fees. After speaking with General Manager Ankit Patel I see why the property is so poorly managed and presented by appearance and staff. THIS PROPERTY RATING SHOULD BE A -0 star

Very quiet, several dining options within walking distance, and extremely clean. Great free breakfast with several options that changed each morning. Good parking, well lit. Felt very safe in hotel and parking area.

It seemed management didn't really know what was going on. There was a mix up in booking the bed type. I was told that two double beds cost more than a king bed. Going online I checked rates and your website showed a double bed cheaper than King. I had to pay more according to the front desk. I asked for a late checkout and was told that wasn't possible but I could check closer to checkout. I was told check out was 12noon. We were booked for 7 nights so when I checked later with the front desk about late check out I was told that check out was 11:00am. When I questioned the time they said they changed it that week. The front desk did put a note in for a 12:30 check out but come check out day I had someone knocking on my door at 11am asking if I was checking out. There was construction going on the whole time we were there. It did not seem that the staff was very accommodating at all. It was more of these are our rules so too bad. Customer Satisfaction seemed to be lacking with the management.

Overall a pleasants night sleep..great pricing for area and good clean quality. Not much rift raft in the hallways. Some overhead noise from the local air traffic, but on the first floor I'm sure less. Good sleep here. Great price! No complaints. A+

This is a nice place to stay... somewhat in the center of north Dallas. Close to major roads and a lot of restaurants. They have recently upgraded the lobby area and the breakfast area. overall a really good place to stay.

The hotel was clean and staff members were nice and accommodating. The hotel is under construction so the lobby is not what is pictured in the photos. However, I am sure the hotel will be nice once revamping is complete. They did have a sign letting customers know they are under construction which was a nice touch.

If you don't mind cockroaches this may be the place for you. Check in was reasonably quick and easy, minding the construction. But they only have one cart to get luggage to your room, if anyone else is also checking in you'll have to wait or make several trips. Upon getting to my room I found the bath tub filthy, garbage in the drawers and trash around the room. Phone also didn't even work. Front desk cleared the garbage but didn't really care about the rest. Next day found cockroaches in the room! After the maid skipped cleaning my room altogether that day. I inquired about what they could do about it. Hotel staff didn't really care, I was told by the front desk, "This is Texas, we have cockroaches" so I left to another hotel for the remainder of my stay. They still charged me for both nights. This hotel is not deserving of being called a Best Western, let alone a Best Western Plus! Bad customer service, dirty rooms and shoddy equipment. Only reason 2 stars if for good breakfast, alth although now that I know they have cockroaches, I wouldn't eat there again.

The most I have ever paid for an incidental deposit is $50. This place charges $100 for an incidental deposit. It was more than my room cost for the night. When I mentioned it was higher than anything else I had ever seen the lady at the front desk said, "The owner is really strict on incidentals. More than any other place I've seen." I had already paid through a third-party agency, and it was late or I would have walked away. Spent the night afraid to touch anything. Dirty and under remodeling. Thin walls and gap under the door allowed me to hear the neighbors all night. Nothing fancy, just a typical hotel room where they paint over quick fixes instead of fixing it right. Broken glass in parking lot made me worry about my SUV. I stay in DFW a week out of the month and there are much better places for similar prices. The 5 star reviews are obviously bogus. Not going back.

Since the hotel isn't being honest it is my pleasure to share. We were told remodel would be done. Obviously it was not done and not ready For guests. We went to our room and wasn't pleased either. We walked next door to a very nice Laquita and got a better rate. We returned to BW and expressed we wanted to move because of misrepresentation and the dust. Manager Andy Patel was called by front desk person. Andy wouldn't speak to us and told young man we couldn't receive a refund . Get this because we had opened the room door. Mind you we had been there all of less then an hour. He said the dust wasn't bad as there had been no construction going on for a week. Yes you do see an open paint can. There was no attempt to keep thing clean for guest. The place is nasty and Addison inspectors should visit. In addition the front desk was one young man. He had less then a week experience. We did stay that one night as it was two rooms so over $200.00. We tried to call front desk during evening for assistance with Internet. He never answered.

We were checked in by the guy name, Mickey. I told him right away that it was my first time staying with them. After he was done, I was simply given the room key and told how to get to my room. I stared at him to see if he would tell me anything about the available hotel amenities by himself but was not told anything. In fact, Mickey didn't even say thank you or anything like that at the end either. Finally, I asked about the checkout time, breakfast hours, and internet information and only then I was told about those important information. I should mention here that all the information were either posted on the wall and/or available in the room guide but a good customer service would still be to provide all those at the time of check-in, specially, if the guest said that it is their first time. Later, I also found out about the pool, fitness center, and a little business center with computer and the printer all myself. Why all these information were not provided at the check in is beyond my understanding. Went to the room and there was this smell. Not sure if it was because of the dirty carpet or what. I didn't make a big fuss about it because it disappears as soon as the air is turned on. We stayed for 4 nights and there were instances where either supplies (towels, shampoo, soap, tissue paper etc.) were not replenished and/or trash were not picked up. Just like someone has already mentioned their water pressure was really low. Overall, this hotel can do much better and should provide PLUS customer service just like it says in their name.

Under renovations but the stay was still very pleasing. Everything was clean. They staff was very polite and the breakfast was good each day. I would recommend this place, and I plan to book this hotel again.

Clean room, lobby is still remodeling, good breakfast, but hardly pickup WIFI at the room. 99% SSID is from nearby hotel. The location happens in Toll ways area, so if you needs to go somewhere fast, 90% are on tolls way

The hotel had nice rooms, very clean, very helpful personnel and the breakfast was great! The hotel was in a great location, convenient to all the places that we wanted to see. The area also seemed to be in a safe area.

Nice family friendly place to stay, breakfast good, great choices. Construction going on but they don't seems to interrupt anything. We have stayed here several time best value for the area. no complaints with the rooms. Beds nice and comfortable.

It's located in a business district. Close to the freeway. They are currently renovating the property. The staff is very courteous, helpful and informed. The area is very safe and not far from a shopping area. Great restaurants in the area.

This is an above average hotel with below average cost. I have spent twice a much and not had as nice of a place. I would highly recommend anyone staying in this area to use this hotel. The rooms were clean and neat. The area felt safe and the breakfast was good. I really liked the fresh yogurt. We actually came back and stayed three more nights after the first two nights.

This hotel is conveniently located by everything. The hotel is really clean and the staff are really nice. You can walk to stores and restaurants from the hotel. If you drive it's not even a mile to a ton of others shops.

Best Western Plus Addison Galleria Hotel Dallas is a nice comfortable place to stay. It is hard to find if you don't know your way around Dallas, don't have On-Star, and the staff don't know how to direct you from your location in Dallas (which happened to ME). Nice area, plenty of nice restaurants to choose from in area, but kind of hidden from main road (Beltline Rd) I was impressed with their Suite I stayed in!!!

We were referred to this hotel because it was near the hospital for my pre- and post - procedure and the room per our request was suppose to be on the first floor but the elevator was broken, we had to wait over 3 hours for a first floor room which smelled as though there was a Lysol Attack had gone on in the room making us sick!!! it was okay that persons /other guests can run up and down the hall after 2am making noise and only getting a repeated warning. Our Tub wouldn't drain it look as through it was being cleaned at first by housecleaning and their hopes that it would drain before our arrival - just absolutely gross!! I would not ever return to this hotel again even if it was the last hotel on this earth!!!

This hotel has a lot of potentials and in a very good area if it were not for the Roach problem. We spent one night at the hotel and at 4 a.m. I killed the first roach in the bathroom and when we woke up to make coffee we had one crawl out of the maker. when I told the boy at check out. he was aware of the issue and said they were working on it and blamed the weather but offered no compensation. at this posting, i am still waiting on a return call from the general manager

The staff is very courteous and willing to help. Hotel is very clean inside and out. Stayed for the OU/TX weekend. Will definitely stay again. Breakfast is served daily and is very good with a lot of choices.

I have stayed in this hotel numerous times. It is in a great location and I have never had any problems with anything related to the hotel. Super clean, friendly staff, nice pool area, and very comparable prices! I choose this hotel anytime I'm in the Addison area.

The staff and the amenities were very good. The guy at the front desk had polite suggestions for dinner. the floor of the room was very sticky. Window was unlocked when we got there. Now I have to add more words to review.

We had a huge room with two big beds. Very clean. My only criticism would be that the breakfast area is small and was a bit crowded. I've had better breakfasts in BW plus hotels. Good check in and out. Nice pool area. Close to bus stop for cheap transport into Dallas centre.

Our room was clean. For the price we were very happy with the accommodations and amenities. It was our first time to stay at this Best Western. We will choose it again when we have need for lodging in this part of Dallas.

Traveled with my team to Dallas for games at UT Dallas and had a great stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and the beds are quality. The room and bathroom were both clean and nicely decorated. The price was fantastic for the value and service we received. The location of the hotel was near restaurants and easy access to the Tollway without any road noise. I definitely recommend Best Western Plus Addison Galleria.

The hotel is at an excellent location. Just 20 mins from downtown and close to major offices. Plenty of food options available in vicinity with galleria mall just a 7-8 mins drive away. The staff was excellent and very helpful and courteous. They have a decent breakfast selection. With a nice pool and fitness centre.

We booked a standard room but when we got to our room it smelled like wet lotion and the shower was beside the bed. We went to the front desk and the lady was no help at all. She told us that we need to call Expedia to get them to xhange the room. After 1 hour in the phone with expedia she reluctantly gave me a key to the room accross the hall. This problem could have been resolved very quickly and with a lot more satisfaction by changing the room in the first place. One thing to note, the ice bucket and coffee put are located next to the toilet in both rooms. I am not sure how this passes health standards?

We stayed one night and the hotel was perfect. Beds were comfy and breakfast was good. The usual eggs with bacon and biscuits and you cant forget the Texas waffles. The staff was very helpful and welcoming! Location was good with plenty of restaurants in the area. Overall it was perfect for us!

Excellent location, close to the airport. Dining options around were great! Hotel itself was very clean and well maintained with a very courteous staff! Although the matressess need an upgrade, they were too firm and we literally had stiff back every morning upon waking up.

A good check in with a very pleasant man on reception, yet all I could hear was shouting voices in either Spanish or Mexican. It turned out to be the cleaners just by the reception. They were very loud and frankly didn't care. I checked into my room and started to hear a radio or music being played very loudly in the corridor. I went into the corridor and saw a cleaner and said where's the music. She shrugged her shoulders and said I don't know. Well madam I do it was coming from a cleaners trolley further up the corridor. I saw it and she knew it. After my comments 5 minutes later the music was turned off. She knew and didn't care and lied to me. A show of total non customer service or care. It looks like these cleaners rule this hotel. Someone needs to sort them out and remind them the customers pay their salary. In the morning there was a very pleasant man on reception at 6am. He was very nice and the checkout went well. If it hadn't been for the 'mafia of cleaners' also why do they have o shout at each other when talking down the corridor? All of this was at 4.30pm when customers check in. Management get the cleaners out of the way at this time. I would have marked higher.

Selected this hotel for proximity to UT hospital for a day surgery event. Although other hotels were closer we were advised not to stay in that area. Every we asked for from a first floor room to daily clean linens was done cheerfully and without any question.

We needed a place to crash while moving our daughter to college in Dallas. This location was close to her apartment. Poor A/C, (none in elevator or stairwell)humid in rooms, bed in room 251 very uncomfortable. Staff friendly.

This hotel is really nice looking and clean, the bf was great. The lady that was there for bf was so..... nice did not get her name but she was short with black hair.. and she was polite, kept asking us if we needed anything and real attentive!!

I was going through pricing and different hotel amenities when I came across the "bridal suite". I was impressed with the images of the jacuzzi in the room. So, I booked it for our 28th anniversary. Price was very reasonable, but I will say that the room decor was more than a little outdated. The carpet should be updated and the sofa covers. Other than that, the huge selection at breakfast was wonderful and satisfying and the staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely go again!

It was a short one day stay. Very good bargain for the price. Very close to Galleria and restaurants. Decent breakfast and check out is at noon so that's great. Will stay here again. Was in town for a softball tournament.

Tried BW for the first time after issues with previous hotels service became unsatisfactory. I reserved with hesitation (no fault of BW, jaded after previous experiences) but was quickly set at ease. Pulling up to the BW, the exterior is very pretty, clean, and inviting. The check in attendant was extremely kind and courteous (which is a common trait of ALL employees), and very helpful with finding an AMAZING restaurant to deliver late at night! The room was beautiful, comfortable, super clean, and inviting. The next morning I attended their breakfast, with a very fresh and delicious asdortment of options. The breakfast attendant was very helpful, kind, and pleasant. Check out was fast and easy, again with an amazing attendant. My interaction with maintenance and housekeeping attendants was also above and beyond expectations with very kind and helpful employees... and ALL with smiles. I cannot emphasize enough, how pleased I am. I will be staying again, and will be a frequent visitor aa I travel for personal business almost weekly.

Location was prime even though it's not on the Main Street. We were there for a relaxing night out. Petes piano bar is steps away. Other places close by on for or an quick uber or lift can get u there for $3-$5 each way. Hotel was well lit. Room was fair in size and decor. Staff was positive and helpful. Would stay again.

The girl at the front desk on Sunday July 9th was a poor example of an employee. She was very rude. Because of her I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Also we had ants and cockroaches in our room. The a/c didn't work well. The lights in the bathroom were dull.

If your in the Dallas Fort Worth area this is a good place to stay. with reasonable rates! If you like jetted tubs, a lot of rooms have them. Nice friendly staff and close to MANY nice restaurants. For a SPECIAL night choose the Bridal Suite! BIG black tub with white pillars, would be a nice surprise! You would have to pay quite a bit for a room like that , but here it is VERY reasonable! We have stayed here quit a few times. Breakfast is standard but you get waffles!

We were very satisfied with the quality of the facilities, the service, the location and the value. Within walking distance of a number of excellent restaurants and within five minutes of shopping and walking parks.

Hotel location is in prime area, close to anything you could want. All types of restaurants within walking distance. Although we didn't use the pool, that area was very nice. Room was comfortable and roomy. Beds were comfortable. Free Wi-Fi is a plus for anyone with a teenager.

Average hotel at an average rate. Close to restaurants and freeway. Easy access to downtown Dallas. Bed and pillows a bit hard. Front desk clerk extremely polite and helpful. Don't expect Hilton quality, if you do, book at Hilton. Breakfast ends at 9 AM during Monday through Friday, I would suggest extending it to at least 10 AM during weekdays. This would help others that are not on business trips.

It was not a bad hotel - just older and needing updated. Bed was hard, breakfast was good, room was clean and staff was friendly. Makes a good one night stay, but wouldn't stay long term here. Area was a little out of the way, but worked okay for us, as we were in town for a softball tournament - just 10 minutes away.

Best Western used to be on my no-go list, but the hotel chain has made some significant improvements. (I guess that's where the "Plus" comes in, right?) Good room, good breakfast, no complaints from me.

I was traveling with a group of friends for the weekend we had 2 rooms. The 1 day the toilet didnot flush and we reported. Second day was a coakroach in the bathroom. My friend went to the front desk to let them know about this Not Complaining due are things that happen and I know you have the pest control certificate by law hotels need one but that is not the issue the problems is the managner on duty Alexandria Marquez got so angry and She said If you dont like the hotel leave now. what kind of answer is that to a guest? she never apologize or offer a solution.

Cable wasn't working the entire time we were there. It was hair on my towels. Telephone didn't work. I saw a man and women refilling the vending machine I asked if he was the manger, he said yes. I asked if I could speak with him, he said yes. I asked if we needed to go to the front. He said the hallway was fine (unprofessional) I explained to him all my compliments. He said he would send house keeping to bring more towels, mind you it was our check out time. He argued with me that it was an outage in the area. When we checked in they said they were updating the cable to better service. He started to walk away and said your not listening to me. He cut me off multiple times while I was talking, and would talk louder over me. Then said he would refund me $25. Very rude. Place is dirty. I would never ever return.

This hotel was nice, the check-in personnel were excellent, but there were a few problems that were encountered while staying here (examples: outer bedding was stained, couple of pillow cases stained with what looked like makeup/blood, but when we tried to wash the stains off, they didn't come off, as if they had been on their awhile and after being washed beforehand. Had a few hairs, unknown fuzz and black specks on sheets, but it was still cleaner than most hotels that I have stayed at. Breakfast basically was eaten up way before time for breakfast was to end. I'd stay there again, but they need "secure" wireless internet, not unsecured and real "full" breakfasts.

Great location but from inside is very very poor it should be 2 stars only it is not clean at all the room service forget to put shampoo and soap , and the smell of the room is terrible the quality has goes down since the last time I came in . All rooms need to be upgraded and maintenance

Doors slamming all night kept me awake I was unable to sleep until 3 am. I bet a buffer could be added to the doors so it is not so loud if someone closes the door hard. The decor was nice and the sheets and comforter were soft.

This is a nice hotel, in a good location at a fair price. The breakfast facility was quite crowded at times. The area that it was in was quite and close to a lot of restaurants and "support" shopping (pharmacy, Walmart, etc.). It is reasonably priced for the area and has easy access to the Dallas North Tollway, so pretty much all of north Dallas is accessible.

It very extremely humid in our room. The air was working but not removing the humidity from the room. The caused very uncomfortable sleeping conditions as the sheets felt damp. I gave the hotel clerk a $10 Rewards Card however; when I received my emailed receipt it was not taken off. I've made two phone calls but it has not yet been resolved. I have to call back again.

Hotel is affordable clean and close to many restaurants and shops. Went to the Dallas zoo and enjoyed it. Didn't have any problems with our accommodations at all. I would definitely recommend stay at this location again. One thing to note there is a lot of air plane noise which didn't bother me but could bother some.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfy and clean but I didn't like the decor. From the hallway it smelled like somebody was smoking marijuana in one of the other rooms. Other than that everything was great.

Always stay here when I have Dallas events on this side of town. One of the best hotels ever! Nice, clean, quiet, comfortable . Love the location. Nice and pleasant staff. Breakfast is always nice too.

The clerk at check in did not welcome us and was not friendly. We were charged a $100 deposit immediately. Our first night we had to contact the front desk for a noise complaint. The noise continued until we called the non emergency police line and complained. The door to our bathroom would not close unless you pushed or slammed it very hard. The bathroom had no exhaust. The second night at three am noise woke us up again and continued on and off for an hour. Very disappointed with our stay. The location is very close to restaurants and some shopping. The area seemed safe as well.

Room was clean and exceptional. In room coffee was good. The bed comfortable, breakfast choices were great.The Staff was helpful. Our stay was just one night but it was peacefully relaxing. Would stay again.

Addison Best Western is close to several wonderful restaurants and within walking distance of the Comedy Club and Pete's piano bar. The Hotel has whirlpool baths where you can enjoy the whirlpool and watch TV at the same time. The breakfast is excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My husband and I stayed here through the weekend of the Thanksgiving holiday. The staff was friendly & the hotel was nice. The room was nice & clean, so was the bathroom. I just found it odd that the coffee maker & ice bucket were in the bathroom instead of on the large desk??? There was a little urine smell every time we walked into the room right at the bathroom door. The air was a bit stuffy & kept going warmer & warmer??? There was breakfast and a small sitting area. We stayed on the 1st floor which we never do but they wouldn't switch us. It was quite though! Last but not least they offer a military discount but wouldn't extended it to us because we booked online & not the phone??? But in all we'd stay here again! Nice place!

The only reason that I did not give this moderately priced hotel a 5 is that we were created by a serious young woman who sternly warned us that no dogs were permitted and that we would be charged $200 for any damage. Come on! We are old enough to be her grandparents. All we wanted was a quiet place to sleep! The good things: 1. The whole place is super clean. No dirt or dust in the places we frequented. 2. The price is 40-50% less than other local places. 3. There are many, many different restaurants with food to suit any taste and wallet. Several are in easy walking distance. 4. Mickey, the night manager, made me feel at home. He starts working on breakfast early and never stops. He was congenial and treated us like special guests. 5. The bed was very comfortable! 6. Service - We asked for extra pillows and towels and they were quickly delivered. We couldn't figure out how to work the remote and someone came up to teach us within 5 minutes. 7. Breakfast is fine with the standard items. I like that there is a microwave available and coffee 24 hours a day. At breakfast I was able to crisp up the bacon on the buffet to my liking. 8. The room had a microwave and a good sized under counter fridge. We were able to bring food back to the room from lunch and reheat for a light dinner. We will most definitely return the next time we are in Addison.

Do not stay here no matter what the cost. Staff is unhelpful, rude and incompetent. i should have known when I called to confirm my check in time and they transferred me out to the the wrong booking company twice! The room was ratty, bathroom dirty and the paper coffee cups were wet on the inside like they were used and the plastic put back on. Soap scum in the bathroom and old worn out towels. Choose someplace else for your stay in Addison. There, are many other inexpensive options!!!!

I spend quite a bit of time in the DFW area for business throughout the year. This is ALWAYS been my choice of hotel over the high end ones. I've stayed here at least 6-8 times collectively over the course of the year. Each visit at least 5-7 days sometimes upwards of 14 days. The first several times it was exceptional service, and great staff. The breakfast is about average for these types of hotels. However, each time I stay, the service and quality of the room decreases. This visit, upon arrival, I waited 15 minutes for check-in. I asked for a King room, in which I was told they are not allowed to change reservations, I explained I've stayed here before, and had no problem with the request. They still wouldn't change the room. The room I was in smelled of mold and mildew. You could tell this was one of there older rooms, as the bathtub was chipped and stained, and the cleanliness of the room was subpar. Mold and mildew stained shower curtain. I woke up the first night with bites all over my feet. However, after not being able to find any type of Bed bug, I wasn't sure they were bed bugs, until having the bites looked at by a professional. I am now 100% positive that they were bed bugs and bed bug bites. DO NOT STAY at this hotel. They will no longer be receiving my business nor my recommendations.

This hotel which located very close to many restaurants within walking distance and the hotel itself has very good breakfast which is included in the room rate. When I first walked into my room and found that the furniture was kind of old and wearing out, also my room right next to a king size bed was a Jacuzzi and shower. I thought that was kind of odd, no privacy at all when you take a shower and then they have the toilet in a separate room. I was told that the whole hotel has 4 rooms have this kind of set up and the rest of the hotel's rooms which have the shower and toilet all locate in the bathroom. Personally I am not too impress by the Jacuzzi where it was located and this is something which I have never seen in other hotels where I've been staying in different parts of the world.

We had an awesome time. BWP Addison is wonderful. Thanks for a great night's stay. 2 Queens in room with great full breakfast in dining room. Coffee, fridge & great room. Sitting area. Love that all rooms enter from inside with only outside doors needing access card.

Stayed here during our weekend going to the OU vs TX game.. it was a decent little hotel, had a whirlpool tub in the room (which needed some cleaning) and the area around the hotel was very nice, lots of eating and shopping in the area!

Stayed here based on decent ratings from tripadvisor and an OK rate. Room stunk of mold and mildew. We were so tired, we just went to sleep. Woke up with bad allergies due to the mold. Felt terrible all day. Room was relatively clean, I think the problem was with the HVAC system. Beds were clean everything was decent but the smell of mildew was terrible. Bathroom had some black mold on caulking. Gross, I don't know why they couldn't fix that. Also there is a coffee maker inside the bathroom right next to the toilet. Again gross. Offered hot breakfast, did not like the offerings. Everything seemed weird to me, not good food, maybe something that would be offered in a hospital or prison. Would not recommend the room I stayed in, but overall not a terrible hotel, maybe it was just our room?

We stayed at this location for two nights. The hotel was in a hidden location with a small sign that you could barely see. Once we checked into the room it was clean but had a urine smell. I started to itch on the second day and by the end had bites all over me.

Very clean and nice area . Hotel is well kept and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Area has a couple of movie theaters and plenty of nice places to dine either upscale right down to fast food. Shopping nearby as well.

Arrived and commode would not flush. Bad Sewer odor. Transfer to another room, requested 2 extra pillows. Pillows never delivered. Went to service desk and informed that they were out of extra pillows. Pass by maid storage room and notice 20 extra pillows store in shelves. The sewer odor continued.

We will stay no were else. Great place cosmetically, safe, service was outstanding, internet strong, ideal location, breakfast was good, no complaints at all. Staff were very nice! The bed was absolutely the best I have ever slept on in a hotel. It worked great for us.

I almost didn't book this hotel because the pictures looked dated with the plaid carpeting, but I was very pleasantly surprised when I got there! Appears to have recent improvements-room decor was tasteful, linens were crisp & clean-bed was so comfortable! Microwave & fridge in our room was nice, typical amenities in the bathroom. Front desk was super helpful-I was staying overnight checking in after midnight. At check in explaining best place to park to access room & where/when everything was. Breakfast was amazing-typical offerings at a Best Western, but upgraded. The Texas shaped waffles had real fruit toppings (grape & strawberry preserves, cinnamon apple topping), there was a yogurt machine with granola toppings, bacon was actually CRISPY!!! A first at any hotel ever. Late checkout time was an added bonus as well-most hotels are migrating toward the 11 am, but this hotel is still 12-thanks for that!

Everything was wonderful - Location etc. Maybe price a ;ittle high. Will check around next time. The price of the hotel has been increasing steadily. There are several hotels in that area that are great to stay in. The next time I will check out the area.

Every time my husband and I stay here every 2 weeks, its just awesome. A home away from home! Thank you Gabriel is an awesome employee and really shows great customer service every time we visit! Thank you!

I was a little worried after reading the reviews, but I did not see most of the complaints that were mentioned. The room was much larger than I expected, and very clean. There was a slight smell in our room, but nothing as bad as people mentioned. We did see a couple roaches in the hall, but none in our room. I would stay here again.

Stayed for two nights on a business trip. Arrived very late (after 11:30 pm) and the desk person quickly took care of my reservation. The room was spacious and the bathroom clean and up to date. I don't tend to sleep well in hotels so I'm not going to comment on the bed. Liked how close the hotel is to shopping and entertainment. A 7-Eleven was just down the street and a wide variety of restaurants are nearby. Really can't beat the hotel for the price.

I booked this hotel on 08/4/16 for a stay on the same date. I got a rate of $65/night plus tax so that was great. I was taking a break in my own home town. This hotel is very convenient to the Galleria area for shopping, but you must have a car. About a 5-10 minute trip to the Galleria mall. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. If you do go to the Galleria Mall try the Grand Lux restaurant. Their food is great. The room was small. Great for one, okay for two. It would be crowded for more people. The bathroom and room were clean. It's a small hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool and whirlpool are located outside and were clean. This hotel seemed to have business people and families.

I was satisfy with our room and internet, only the items in breakfast was not variate like other best westerns. the staffs behavior was great. i will recommend this hotel to my friends in the future. I think it is good to stay in this hotel in your trips.

I like to stay at 4 star hotels usually, but this was close and convenient for this particular trip----the staff was extra nice and helpful. that makes SUCH a huge difference----everything else was fine---my kids were happy, so I was happy!

This is a very clean hotel. There is lots to do in and around the area. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend Best Western to my friends and family and my family and I would most certainly stay again!

The room was nice for the price. Breakfast was over by 9:00, which is early when you are relaxing, so we skipped the breakfast. There was a smell in the room that bothered us at first, but we were able to adjust to it once we were in the room for a few minutes. It was a musty smell.

The Best Western Plus in Addison is not a terrible hotel, but even in the budget price range it could have been better managed. On the bright side, the staff were super-friendly, the furniture in our room was relatively new, and the bedding was comfortable. And the internet worked wonderfully well. So the hotel isn't all bad. But . . . Our room had a stale smell (you get used to it eventually) presumably from the fact that it had not experienced fresh air or sunshine since the day the roof was finished. There was a small window, completely covered by thick curtains. The window couldn't be opened. While this is understandable from a security standpoint, a room with no fresh air needs building-wide ventilation system. If this hotel had a ventilation system we felt no signs of it. Our bathroom was clean ... except for a clump of woman's hair on the wall (a bit strange). Also the shower bar (holding up the curtain) had been installed upside-down, making it almost impossible to keep the shower curtain closed, because it kept slipping to the middle (the bar was designed to be high in the middle and low on the ends, but it was installed high on the ends and low in the middle). On subsequent days our bathroom was clean (no hair). If you need a place to stay for the night while driving through, the Best Western Plus Addision Galleria would be good enough. If you're staying in the area for several days (as we were) you would probably be happier somewhere else.

When we checked in our room had a strong smell, I think it was the cleaning product that was to strong. We also wanted to enjoy the pool but it was dirty, we found several cigarette butts in the pool and it looked like it had not be cleaned in several days, Pool area was not maintained

This is a older property and you can tell from the start. Rooms were outdated with few plugs to charge things. Also I will never understand why when you have four in your room with two beds that they would only leave three towels. We even went a got the fourth towel the first night but the cleaning crew took it and only left three. There is only one elevator (hot- no ac) in the whole building. You find yourself walking down one long hallway to get to it then getting off and walking another 100 yards back and around to get to your room. The keys card pads are really clumsy to use. There were unfriendly smells in the room and hallways and our friends had the smell of fresh paint in theirs. Another friend checked out after finding roaches in there room and no shower curtain. Fortunately we did not see any. This property is in a nice high activity area with a whole bunch of great places to eat. But the property is difficult to get too at times off beltline when there is a lot of traffic. There are way too many other nicer choices of places to stay if your in this area. You know the old saying - you get what you pay for. We checked out a day earlier than expected. We would choose another place next time.

A great stay at the Best Western Plus Addison Galleria Hotel in Dallas, Texas, USA. Had a great sleep in the very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious. Very nice and helpful staff at the front desk during check in and check out made my stay more enjoyable, and I would highly recommend this location.

It's a very good hotel or a low budget. Has all the basics, staff is friendly, just the breakfast is not all that good. Internet works fine, the is a good and clean pool. The microwave and refrigerator helps a lot, you can buy things on the Whole Food Market(15m by walk) ou on 7up(very near the hotel, less than 5m) an do them easily ant your room.

Another 3 days in Dallas for a conference. I decided to stay at the Best Western because of price, I saw that this hotel was remodeled and near lots of restaurants. I arrived a little late due to weather. Upon arrival i had to wait in the lobby for almost 15 minutes before anyone showed up to the front desk. Needless to say I was not in a good mood after a couple delays. The room is spacious, the breakfast is good, the only other issue I had was that there was a dead cockroach near the AC by the window. Now im a guy and cockroaches dont bother me, specially dead ones. However, this dead guy stayed there on the carpet through two turnovers. To be fair to the hotel. I did not notify them or complain about it. But it was a test to the cleaning staff. Whom also left a hefty bottle of cleaner in the bathroom. Internet was awesome though!

Decent room, typical motel breakfast. Friendly staff. At check-in I asked for a blanket and he immediately gave me one. The breakfast food was always stocked. I thought the price of the room was fair as in not too high.

I would give it 3,5 but 4 is to much. WiFi very poor. Fitness center was good Room was good and breakfast oké Pool is very small, no towels available at the pool. We could not get in true de Side doors as they told us. Bed was comfortabel. We had à problem with loud noise from the room above us and it was quickly fixed.

The location is wonderful, surrounded by several restaurants, delis, mini stores, dessert spots (all within walking distance), and the Galleria mall is a 2 to 5 minutes drive away. The hotel staff was friendly and had a sense of humor, they offered breakfast for every guest, the room were clean, we'll kept, and bright. The only negative was the amount of heat on the elevator and in the stairwell. Otherwise a great place to stay for business or pleasure, or with family.

The hotel night staff was unable to control the noise made by motorcycles which were arriving and partying up until around 1:00 am. My family stayed in the room for three nights. The first two were ok. I asked the hotel management to comp the room for the one night we had problems, but they refused. They did offer a $25 gift card and 5,000 Best Western points. Better than nothing, but a good nights sleep prior to a long drive would have been better.

This hotel is surrounded by a large variety of nearby restaurants and bars. It is clean and well staffed. Our room requests were handled promptly by Alex at the front desk. During our stay we were also assisted by Matt and Gabriel, all very courteous and friendly. We used the pool area which was well maintained and the surrounding area was kept very clean. The free breakfast was a little above average for quality, but the staff kept plenty of items available throughout the serving time. I would recommend this hotel on its own merits, but especially for its location..

The room was really nice, clean and all. But the smell that greeted you when you opened the door was not. It smelled if mildewed dog or wet chicken or a cross between. Which is funny because they require a $100.00 incidental deposit. Too bad i cant ask for an olfactory offense deposit. Even cutting on the air conditioner didnt alleviate the smell. Plus what i paid for the room even with my discount, i should have a smell free room. I wont be back. I have a problem with smelly rooms. I cant stand them.

Like this hotel for the value. Room was comfortable. The A/C was fantastic which in TX is a must. Good overall quality for the money. There are a few minor imperfections that could be improved upon. We had a moldy smell in our room. Febreeze fixed the problem. We discovered the issue and reported to the staff upon check out. I hope it was fixed.

The overall experience was good. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The conference room is basic but if you need to get a group together it will meet your needs. The property is clean and well kept. There was no category for good only average to very good. The rooms were good. The conference room was average. FYI Addison has every imaginable restaurant available from $ to $$$$. Some are within in walking distance none of which are more than 5 minutes from the property.

I highly recommend this hotel for any type of stay. We were having a girls weekend. It is conveniently located to many many restaurants and also activities. There were three of us women and they actually had a room with 3 Queen beds. What more could you ask for?

When we entered the room it smelled as if we had entered the pool room literally. I called the front desk and was told crack the window to air it out some. I was unable to get it open and honestly felt like it wasn't my job to do such a think. Honestly the smell never changed it was steady and strong. I called once again and was told there was nothing he could do as the hotel was full. My family including a small child had to breath that smell whatever it was chlorine or some type of chemical the entire night. Since we paid with a card it was no use asking for any money back to find somewhere else. It also got really warm in our room at night it's as if someone else was controlling the air even though we had the option to do so was in the room. There was also hair in the tub wrapped around the faucet. We will not be returning. The staff was friendly. The only plus.

Terrible breakfast, imitation eggs, poor selection, shut down at exactly 9 AM and they hauled everything off and unplugged every cord including coffee. The rooms had poor acoustics and you could hear a water faucet turn on next door. The signage off the road to get there is so hard to see we drove by several times before we found the small sign to turn. We would not recommend this Best Western,

My sisters and I stayed here in January 2014 and attempted to stay here this year, but had a family emergency and forgot to cancel the reservations (so I ended up paying for one night for two rooms) for March 2015. I tried to get a refund but the manager did offer to give me one night stay rate to use within 60 days of making the phone call. Despite this mishap, I would still recommend this hotel as it is in a really fantastic areas close to restaurants and not too far from shopping. My sisters and I love this hotel and would stay here again.

Great rooms, pool, gym room, breakfast, and staff. All were very helpful. The rooms were clean and there was plenty of selection for breakfast. The pool and hot tub were clean and had ample room for my group. The beds were very comfortable. There is an airport close and planes fly low over the hotel, however, I never heard them in my room. I recommend this Best Western to families and couples.

I always stay at a best western, people are friendly, price is right, I would tell all my friends business partners, that it would be a great place to stay, so far any of the best western hotels have been a pleasure, no trouble at all, people are very thank full when you stay at there hotels gives you a good feeling

BEST WESTERN .is not very expensive place to stay specially both hot and cold breakfast includes with your stay at no extra charge plus free parking and high speed internet too.I have stayed other hotels also but there is always be problem either with the room ,cleanness, parking or specially bedding comfort. I have also noticed the price may be paying few bucks more but compare the quality of stay for that price i am paying at BW.

Nice and decent interior. Breakfast had a good attendant when I was there (April 2016). TV was okay, room was not stinky. Parking lot was well lit. Good location. Everything in the gym worked! I usually avoid Best Western at all cost because of the shyster "Patel" clan that historically runs these hotels, but this is okay and well kept. Walk down the street and enjoy the greenery of the business parks.

I had 2 rooms one of my rooms had an odor the window was open when I got there I guess they was airing it out my other room toilet was stopped up but it was ok for a night I got a good price on the room and the area is great so for the price you cant beat it

Conveniently located and traffic congestion is not a concern for weekenders. The warmer spring weather in Dallas During late April have guests using their pool till 9+ in the evening so ask for a room that does not face the pool if in the ground floor. Wall AC unit has temperature indicator instead of those with low-med-high. Still you'll hear it kicks in at night (bummer for light sleeper) Breakfast is decent with both hot and cold items. Staff top up items quickly too. A good over night spot for us

Friendly Staff - Great location close to everything in Addison. We have been staying here for almost every trip to Addison for at least 5 or 6 years. Rooms are updated and clean. Parking is has never been a challenge. Breakfast is decent for the price - you get real protein.

The hotel was nice and clean. Would definitely stay there again. The breakfast was hot and good. The late night check in process was smooth and the front desk agent was very nice and polite. The actual room was clean with no issues. The carpet was clean and so were the other pieces of furniture.

My wife and I reserved a deluxe room (with sofa) at the Best Western “Plus” Addison Galleria Hotel with an arrival date of Wednesday, April 27 and a departure date of Saturday, April 30. Upon arrival, my wife immediately noticed that the ice maker, which was right next to our room (#121), made an incredible amount of noise. We went back to the check-in counter and asked to switch to a room where we wouldn't have such a loud device right next to us. We were told that they only had smaller rooms without sofas available. As we didn't want to switch to a smaller room than what we reserved, we left it off that we would see if it would work and, if not, come back to switch to another, albeit smaller, room. Within approximately one hour of arrival, it became clear that the room was far too noisy and we would never get a good night's sleep. As such, within an hour of check-in, at approximately 3:30PM, I went back to the front desk and spoke with the employee who checked me in as well as with the manager, Andy Patel. I was asked if we used anything in the room and I replied that we used one washcloth and a hand towel but everything else was untouched. I was told that, due to having used the washcloth and hand towel, the room had been “tampered” with and they were unable to get us another room. I was shocked to hear this and asked why we couldn't simply swap the washcloth and hand towel. I offered to do so myself. The reply was that the room had to be cleaned by housekeeping because it has been “tampered” with and housekeeping had already left for the day. Keep in mind this was at 3:30PM. I started that my wife and I would not be able to sleep the night and that we would have to go elsewhere. I was told that since we “used” the room, we would be charged for one day's stay. I again advised that we complained immediately upon arrival and that we were in the room less than one hour. I was again told the same in addition to being told that the situation was my fault because I should have specified, when making the reservation, that I wanted a room away from the ice maker. I went back to speak with my wife, who I had asked to wait in the room, and, while going back to the room, I noticed approximately four doors down from the room a housekeeping cart and an employee cleaning that room. I stopped another employee and asked if she worked for housekeeping. I was told she did and that not only was she there but there was also a housekeeping supervisor on that same floor. I then spoke with my wife and she decided she would try to speak with the manager. She was told substantially the same as I was told. However when she specifically asked why they couldn't move us to another room, she was told that there were no rooms available despite multiple, albeit smaller, rooms having been available one hour prior. I subsequently advised the manager that, despite his having stated housekeeping had already left for the day, there were still housekeeping employees on that floor and cleaning rooms. Appended to this review you will find a photo of the hotel room on the left (with my wife, standing in front of it, redacted for privacy) with the ice maker next to the room on the right  and the housekeeping cart a few doors down. I advised I took a photo of the housekeeping cart still there a few doors down. I was advised that those housekeeping employees were not assigned to the section of the hotel with room #121. How convenient! I stated that we were leaving and that their insistence on charging us for a night's stay when we would have to pay for another hotel for the same day due to no fault of our own was objectively unreasonable. I advised that I would be reviewing their hotel poorly on Yelp and TripAdvisor in addition to disputing the charge with American Express, my credit card issuer. I was sarcastically thanked for having provided that information and told I would be charged nonetheless. In a final attempt to resolve the issue without having to dispute the charge, which costs the merchant money in the form of a “chargeback” fee, I called Best Western corporate and advised them of the situation. In response, the following day, I received an email from the very same manager I had dealt with indicating, in pertinent part, “I have investigated your comments and found no prior request was added to reservation about needing room away from ice machine and as our agent tried to move your room right after check-in you declined to move as a result we had no rooms to transfer you after 1 hr. We checked the room after you left and show the entire room was used including shower so we were not able to provide a refund to your account…” This reply fails to acknowledge that the room we were initially offered as an alternative was smaller and was not of the same caliber as what we reserved and we were told to come back to the front desk if we changed our minds. It does correctly acknowledge that we complained upon arrival and that we came back to complain within approximately one hour of having checked in. Conveniently, all available rooms had allegedly been booked in that short time. To say that the entire room was used within an hour is not only as false as his prior assertion that housekeeping had already left for the day but it is clearly an invented pretext to justify an arbitrary decision to charge me for services not delivered as an ordinary person would expect. Namely, an ordinary person would expect, without having to note a preference on a reservation, that a hotel room would be quiet enough that he would be able to sleep through the night without being awoken due to excessive noise. You'll notice there was no denial that the room was unreasonably and objectively noisy. Rather, there were assertions (some untrue) as to why the problem was the customer's fault. As previously alluded to, before ever looking at the room, they advised that they would be charging me for a night's stay based on a washcloth and hand towel having been used and the room, therefore, having been “tampered” with. The room was never inspected or visited by staff prior to my being told they would be charging me. Consequently, the assertion that “the entire room was used” is a fabricated justification for a decision that was made prior to the hotel ever having set foot in the room. To punish a customer for failing to note a preference, that he would have no reason know in advance of arrival, on a reservation is a pretext for a greedy individual's poor business decision. My wife and I ended up having a difficult time finding another hotel, as the adjacent La Quinta was fully booked and the nearby Hampton Inn was also full. We ended up staying at a more expensive Marriott because we were left basically stranded in the middle of Dallas. The Best Western “Plus” should be happy we haven't asked them to reimburse us the difference, as we reasonably relied, to our detriment, on being able to stay at their hotel.

The staff were courteous and helpful and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I really like having breakfast available which saves me time in having to find a place to eat. They did recommend dinner options that turned out to be wonderful.

Super dim lighting, incompetent staff, front desk button didn't work, you could hear everything going on. The location is the only reason I stayed here. If you're looking for a good location and not much else, stay here.

The location was the main point for staying here, never been to Dallas. Easy to get to but not too close to the freeway. The hotel is clean and staff is good. Many restaurants near by, Whole Foods, and other stores. Free breakfast wasn't great, there are better breakfast options just a block away.

If you are with family as i was the Presidential suite is the room to get! The bedroom and living room had plenty of space. The staff was both friendly and helpful. Its close to anything you want in dallas. Lots of near by restaurants and a short drive to the American airlines center to catch an NBA game. Great breakfast. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Very convenient location! Staff very nice and the complimentary breakfast is a full breakfast very nice! Not over priced and the staff make sure that you are taken care of and that you have what you need.

This trip was part of a retreat for 7 of my resident assistants from the university I work at. Everything about the hotel was great. The guy running the front desk, Matt, was incredibly helpful and very kind. Beds were comfy. Hot tub was great. Pool was pretty cold. Breakfast had a pretty big variety. Down sides: 1. Rooms were kind of small, but that's not too big of a deal. 2. Around 11:00PM, a different hotel worker (not Matt) knocked on our door and told us he was giving us a "final warning" about noise or else he would kick us out. We didn't think we were being too loud. Prior to this, we had not received a single noise notice from anyone. The worker wasn't very kind and it kind of threw us off because he was the first person to tell us about noise. I told Matt about this in the morning and he was unaware of this interaction. Either way - Matt was pretty nice about this and apologized.

We have stayed here many times. It is convenient to the activities we engage in and the rate is always good. Service is always good. We visit family in the area often and usually stay at the Best Western in Addison. The hotel is close to many restaurants and the Dallas Tollway.

You truly need to get rid of the instant coffee an go to fresh brewed. Other than the coffee the room is very comfortable as is the rest of the hotel. The hotel location is great with numerous excellent restaurants within walking distance.

A very nice. Clean place. Hottub was great too. Hot and strong bubbles. . Clean rooms. Good breakfast. .... pool was refreshing. Quite hallways. . Kid don't have much to do here. No kid pool. But exercise room was ok too.. everything worked just fine. Great price. Friendly staff as well

Facility is in a safe location but there was no parking. I would go out and get in around midnight only to find that there was no where to park my car. Hotel room was as expected, everything was older. Had problems often with the front desk having no available staff to help me check in, check out, or answer questions. Cleaning staff were above and beyond, however: very nice and went the extra mile.

When I booked this room for three nights I was a bit apprehensive because of the length of our stay. Apprehensive no more. We loved our stay. I was close to downtown (Cotton Bowl, Fairgrounds); W's Presidential library, Highland Park, Costco...all the places we wanted to go. If your a progressive and can't get over yourself, this is not the place. If you are a normal person who likes to invest their assets in great dinners (Café Pacific in Highland Park Village) this is your place. Plus Addison is a great nearby location with a Whole Foods. As I read some of the negative reviews on this property I see a problem that exists in 2016 America. Folks want a Rolls Royce with a lifetime service policy for the price of a 1996 Chevy Malibu with 4 bald tires. This is a mid-level hotel and not intended to be the Ritz Carlton. The price was more than fair as the location was perfect. The breakfast was more than adequate in the morning to get you going. The staff was polite and prompt. The property was very well kept from landscaping to the interior and I noticed none of the smells other mention. If i had one concern it was the bed was a bit harder than I am used to but I woke up with less back pain than usual so maybe that was a positive. The pillows were more than plush enough, As to the location, there is easy access to the Dallas tollroad and I635. There are literally dozens of restaurants of every type within 1/4 mile and many deliver. There are several across a side street including a convenience store.

Very unprofessional desk clerks. Room was very clean and comfortable. My previous visits were great with never any problems. I will never stay at this hotel again. I will stay at the La Quinta next door as I have never been treated badly by hotel staff.

Check in late so already we were tired! After going to dinner we come back to relax just to find someone else's dirty clothes left in the bathroom, the TV remote had food all over it and when I called down to the front desk to report it all they said was "I'm sorry about that would you like for us to come pick those items up" REALLY! Didn't even offer for us to get another room. We stayed because it was late and we were tired. The next morning you could hear absolutely everything! Housekeeping knocking at your door at 9am! People upstairs, in the hall, down the hall, outside, etc...we get up to get ready to check out cause we are not staying another night as planned. As we go to open the door it literally falls apart and locks us in, housekeeping was just outside and was able to let us out and as they were walking away we heard them say that the door had been reported several times before! Now since I booked through a 3rd party I am waiting to see if I will get my money back! Worst experience EVER!!!

We were not pleased with our stay at this Best Western Plus. We had no time to change rooms or hotels much less to complain, although upon check out I did let them know about the Light bulb missing in entry. There was also a dirty smear on the chair cushin, the bathroom smelled like mold, a loose plug outlet in bathroom. Our room was Very noisy, we could hear people walking and talking in the hallway, and clanging of vending machines in hall. Breakfast was strange and tasteless, we had foam eggs and when we ask what kind of bacon was being served, we were told it was pork. Later we found out it was turkey and could have enjoyed it with our foam eggs. The gentlemen at the check in and check out were very nice and professional. We did not have time to lodge a complaint, as we were on the run from check in to check out. It should have been clean and all fixtures working properly. As for breakfast if it is free there is no room for complaint. All in all we were not pleased but it was acceptable for the price and I'm sure they would have done something if I had time to deal with the issues at hand but as it were, I did not have that luxury.

I have never stayed at a Best Western and I was skeptical when the reservation was made. I was pleasantly surprised by a nice exterior, clean and very quiet interior and a helpful staff. I had a small issue with my TV reception which the staff was quick to rectify. The room was comfortable and the experience was very nice. Close to restaurants and convenient stores. I will stay here again when I am in the area for business.

I liked this hotel. The staff was very friendly and it was in a good location. However, I did not sleep really at all. The beds were way to firm and it actually hurt my back. I haven't slept on a bed this uncomfortable in a while. I know this is kind of a personal preference, but it really did impact my visit.

The hotel is a great price for a spacious and clean room. Definitely will book again since the price matches the high quality of the room. Most people might not consider Best Western when thinking about booking hotels, but after trying two different locations, both were convincing enough to have me always check there first for a hotel before looking at others.

Pros: Location of the hotel is good, conveniently close to 635, Dallas Tollway, Restaurants are close walking distance. Rooms are in decent shape, beds were good to sleep. Cons: Noisy neighbors who create a raucous at 3 Am. Voices travel through the walls if loud.

Just left this hotel.today horrible it's nice but they put us by exit door on first floor my kids and I didn't fall asleep till after 230 door opened and closed till 230 am then as we were leaving we got locked out of our room and it wasn't even 12 I will never stay here again

The hotel staff were the most unfriendly people in the customer service field I have ever met, from check in until we cancelled the rest of our stay after 2 nights and left early to stay at a better hotel. Immediately after entering the room I noticed a funny smell (mildly dank /mildewy) and found a random cheap bracelet on the floor (raising the question of the thoroughness of the cleaning prior to guest check in). The "king jacuzzi suite" consisted of a super tiny room (my college dorm room was way bigger) with the jacuzzi (containing the one and only shower for the room) two steps from the bed. The dorm-like feel continued with random room checks, being yelled at for keeping the window cracked while inside, and signs posted about no food in the rooms. Save yourself an abundance of headaches and avoid this establishment like the plague you just may get from staying there!

Haven't Stayed at a Best Western in 10 years. This was a nice surprise in a great area with shopping, restaurants and close to UT-Dallas. Large modern rooms and the breakfast was very good with several choices. Will do it again! BG

My stay was cut short from a over flowing toilet that the manager said was our fault so he would not move us to another room. We arrived at the hotel at 1:30 am and by 6 am the toilet over flowed are 2 flushes.

The hotel itself was clean. The breakfast was less than satisfactory....choice of food was slim, and looked unappetizing. I found the front desk staff unhelpful, inappropriate, and unprofessional. I had an early morning flight and was delayed in checking out by the front desk...when the person on duty choose to schmooze with his buddy and then shine me on when I asked him to hurry. Unacceptable.

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the past 12 months and is the only hotel we will stay in when in this area. The font desk staff was very accommodating and nice. Both times I used the laundry facilities and and found them clean and secure. (room key required for entrance). The area is very safe with tons of restaurants and other shopping. The breakfast selections were varied, delicious and filling. Great fresh fruit.

I have stayed at this hotel in excess of 55 times, always clean rooms and common areas, courteous staff, and close to numerous restaurants and shopping. There are also venues of entertainment close enough for those who do not mind walking a couple blocks. With all of these surrounding shops and retail the location is excellent for those who are in town for extended time frames.

We have stayed here before it is close to the tollroad and lots of restaurants. The breakfast is good but we usually eat elsewhere. We visit Dallas area about five times per year and stay here. Thre fact that we have stayed here before speaks for itself.

matt send me what i requested to my home city per our phone conversation before arriving. i forgot the breakfast hours one day arriving after 9:00 am but alex arranged for me to get what i needed which was very nice. lee was friendly, helpful, and had a good personality. the only thing that i would suggest to help prevent a lawsuit from a hotel guest is put very inexpensive mats on floor of shower tub suction cups on bottom and traction threading on top. the tub is very slippery when taking a shower.

The hotel room was clean, the hotel staff was friendly and the location was convenient to get to everything in the area quickly. My son and I came to town for a tennis tournament at Greenhill School which was less than 6 minutes away.

My Daughter was nominated for a Rising Star Award. Thus the trip to Dallas. 4-hour road trip. Music, nice drive, a stop at Buc-es for a much needed distraction. Plot twist! X-mother in-law was riding up with me. After 4 hours of nonstop talking. I was able to secure a room with a second room attached at great price with Best Western. It was nice to be able to have a private room attached to the double room. The surrounding hotels were a bit pricy and only offered double rooms. I did not want to secure two separate rooms. I would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. Daughter won the award, And I endured another 4 hours of nonstop talking on the way home to Houston. At least I got a good night's rest. The elderly you gotta love them!

everything looks like new, organized and clean! staff is very friendly and supportive. love this hotel and will surly stay next time we go to dallas. we got a very nice rate from Expedia and this added up!

2 Night stay. Room was decent, and facility looked clean. Breakfast was included but cant comment on it, since we didnt attend. Only issue was that we like the room freezing and we couldnt get the AC as cold as we wanted. We were out and about most of the time we were there. Near to lots of different places to eat and shop.

Paid in advance for two nights. Was locked out of room second night, had to pay AGAIN, Staff could not figure out how to check my reservation tho I had confirmation number of my two night reservation. Very unprepared to handle anything out of ordinary, even manager acted like he was dumbfounded and was not the friendliest person during this crazy nightmare. After a full day at UT SE Medical center I was not ready to deal with this problem. I may be staying in this area once a month for several years for medical treatment and will look for other accomadations.

We always stay at this Best Western when we are visiting Addison.. great location and nice hotel plus good value! Within walking distance to lots of entertainment and awesome restaurants. Very well lit area for walking late at night and safe and secure.

This is a 3 star hotel. The rooms are big and clean. 5 of us met from all the over the country to work for a charity nearby for a week. The breakfast was standard for this level hotel but i could not eat it so we went out. Plenty of choices right in walking distance. The common areas are small so we were not able to get a seat for breakfast. Then in the eve the rooms are too close to this small area and not really usable. So if you want to socialize with your group for get it. Also we had a bad experience with an inexperienced desk manager. He was rude and not able to compromise competing requests from guests. The night person who comes on at 11 is great but the one before him very inexperienced. We were so dissatisfied we moved to the La Quinta next door after 2 nights in this hotel.

My experience at this hotel was Great!! my daughter and her friend loved it. It was within walking distance from the event we were there for at the Addison Improv Club. So many different restaurants to choose from that are also within walking distance in case you don't have a car. The Dallas Galleria Mall is within 1 mile of the hotel. We were able to Ice Skate, have dinner, and be back at the hotel to have a great night sleep before driving back to El Paso the next day. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and very welcoming. I will stay at this Best Western again when ever we are attending events in the area.

I chose this location based upon reviews I had read on Trip Advisor, and they were absolutely correct! Friendly staff. Spotless rooms. Very comfy beds. (I cannot comment on breakfast as we met relatives in a near-by restaurant that morning.)

It was a rather noisy hotel. We had a first floor room. The lock on bathroom door was broken, and we had to REALLY push on the door for it to even close. Room décor looks old. Carpet could have been cleaner. Not much for TV channels.

Great place to get away for the night. Rooms are spacious and clean. The jacuzzi rooms are awesome. Staff is nice and its quiet.The bridal suite is the best. Breakfast is served every morning a abd its soooo good.

I travel each week for business. I found this property to be clean quiet and convenient. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. I chose a top floor so I experienced limited noise from other guests. It was a relaxing stay.

I have over the past 3 years had over 150 hotel stays and Best Western continues to rise above not only the completion in the same price range but those who charge for namesake only as they do not come close to the cleanliness, customer service, and overall good feeling of staying at a Best Western....they call it BEST for a reason.

This is the second time we stayed at this particular hotel and were very pleased with the central location for our needs and the neighborhood. There were a lot of restaurant choices near by. we were able to easily access the toll road and were far enough from down town that traffic was reasonable.

I booked this hotel "on the fly" while on a business trip in Dallas. My original hotel was horrible, so I checked out before I even stayed. I called and got a room immediately at this Best Western. I've always had good luck with Best Western hotels, and this was no exception. I did read the TripAdvisor reviews before booking and noticed several poor reviews with comments about safety, poor service, etc. My experience was excellent, and I found the service to be superior. I had an issue at check-in (no fault of the hotel), and the gentleman at the front desk was so patient and helpful. He got on the phone with the booking agent/company...and took care of everything. The hotel is also in a great location - easy access to the highway, close to restaurants, shopping, bars, etc. and not a bad commute to the airport.

I used my B.W. points, the hotel was clean, the room was large and the bed was confortable. Good breakfast, staff were friendly and helpfull. The wi.fi in the room was speedy. The hotel was close to many good restaurant.

I enjoyed the excellent customer service at this location. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff were first-rate. It is centrally located and makes it easy to find restaurants, shopping and anything else you can think of. The outdoor pool could use a cover to keep the leaves and bugs out. But that would be my only complaint. It was a wonderful stay and a great value.

While traveling to build cell phone towers, when in Addison, TX we love to stay at the Best Western. The inviting staff, the spacious rooms, the flat panel TV's, the super comfortable beds, and a delicious hot breakfast are just a few of the reason that we have stayed in the past and why we continue to stay at the Best Western Addison, TX.

The hotel was comfortable, the staff was friendly and professional. The internet wasn't as fast as i expected, however it got the job done. I enjoyed going to the gym each day. The equipment was sufficient for getting in a decent workout each day. Breakfast was blah..But overall a wonderful experience.
