Terrible, avoid at all costs, needs upgrade, i.e. knocking down and rebuilding, cold rooms, radiator noise kept me awake, dirty, mouldy, noise terrible. possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Never again

HI Local1066, Many thanks for your candid review. I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay and scored us as a 1/5 which is very concerning and is not the normal standards. Whilst unfortunately we are unable to knock the hotel down, over the last few months we have purchased new mattress, painted the exterior of the hotel, had the car park re surfaced, updated our 32" smart TVs along with installing a customer care package to improve our guests stay and comfort. Your comments regarding the room condition have been shared with the teams for immediate investigation and corrective action.

My room was spotless, the food was really lovely and the portions were huge. Couldn't fault the place. Ample parking, staff are very helpful and happy. The location is perfect for the airport. Room prices were low which was a bonus!

Firstly I would like to thank Vikki for everything she did for us, she made it a very pleasant afternoon. Thank you. And also the kitchen staff for the lovely food. Sadly it would seem that they were let down by the booking system which ment that although 2 calls were made regarding this booking, they were not aware of any booking for that day. My sister won a voucher for afternoon tea, which we were looking forward to. Not only was the booking not there, we were informed that they were not serving afternoon teas at this time. We were instead offered a 2 course lunch with drinks included as a apology for the mix up, which we accepted. Everything was delicious and would recommend the food and would happily visit again.

We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and never had problems but apparently the hotel has been taken over and the standards have dropped severely. The room was cold and the radiator is noisy. The standard double bed is 2 beds zipped together with big knots sticking out. The bathroom had hairs and dust on the floor and we had no towels Disappointing visit and we will not be returning again The staff were also unfriendly and unhelpful

I won afternoon tea for two in a raffle. So I booked it with the hallmark hotel in dyce. On the day me and my sister turned up, but viki who served us had no idea we were coming.due to a mix up with dispatch who they go through for bookings. But then we found out in the end they had stopped doing the afternoon teas. So viki kindly let us choose from the menu instead. She gave us a complimentary soft drink when we arrived. She was very apologetic and very friendly. Because of the mix up we also got a desert and our pot of tea. She couldn't of done any more for us. We had a lovely meal and still enjoyed ourselves. We wasn't disappointed at all with what we got. Thank you viki for everything.
