I would give it a zero if it was an option the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. We could not take out socks off the floor was so disgusting. The smell was disgusting. No one at the front desk to complain to after 5 tries. We travelled for 12 hours and just wanted to sleep

Indoor Pool was TINY AND FREEZING! Bathroom across from it didn't get cleaned in a 12 hour period. No mention of construction in main lobby. Poor painting in room. Spent our anniversary here and will not be returning. We were supposed to stay for two nights- within 2 minutes of walking in, we decided to only stay for one and find another hotel because we already spent all day on the road.

This hotel was recently added to the Best Western Family and is still undergoing renovations. Even during this renovation phase it is a great hotel with professional and friendly staff, the indoor hot tub is a great bonus along with the small indoor pool. When it is warmer, it looks like they also have a great outdoor swimming pool as well! This is also a great legation for romantic getaways as is is secluded a bit by being near a golf course and nature area!

Had a fantastic stay here. Was made to feel very comfortable and at home. Location is quiet and relaxing. I was able to get a tremendous amount of work done. (Really wish they offered weekly or extended stay deals because I didnt want to leave ) Staff is exceptionally friendly, sweet and accommodating. Rooms are big clean, sanitary and up-to-date and nicely lit. (I'm a big lighting person ) Above all, for the amount I a paid - its a really great value. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Slow check in but only one person working desk. He had another thing to handle. So not bad. Room was clean. Bed slept well. Lots of cable channels. Pool and hot tub a plus. Hotel under renovation but work has been halted but no fault of the hotel or staff.

1. Lots ofdead bugs in room and had a lot living stinkbugs I had to get rid of myself. 2. Wifi didn't work at all 3. Toilet would constantly make loud noises from having to fill the tank. To the point it was difficult to sleep though. 4. Room cleanliness was overall severely lacking. Beyond the dead bugs laying everywhere and the living ones crawling all over the sink was just coated in scum and the shower curtains were pretty nasty. 5. Service wasn't anything to write home about.

The staff was so friendly. The hotel was under construction but still was neat and tidy. The breakfast wasn't that great because of COVID but was something. The location was in a quiet area which was great.

this building is being completely remodeled inside but the city shut it down for safety code violations. the whole place is a mess inside except for the room itself. their full "breakfast" is on a table in the lobby.

We have stayed in this hotel before when it was a Marriot. The location is convenient for our purposes so we opted to stay again. Upon arrival our room was a little warm. We had to lower the thermostat to 66 to get the room comfortable (probably in reality it was about 74. The first morning after my shower I couldn't find the blow dryer so I called the service desk and was first told it was behind the door (went to double check and it wasn't), and next told that they didn't have any blow dryers. I informed the clerk that I had a meeting at 10 a.m. and needed a dryer. She apologized and suggested that maybe she could borrow one for me from another guest. I asked to speak to the manager and was told they were en route to the hotel. After a few minutes, I went downstairs, hair still wet (with 20 minutes til my meeting) and met the manager. She reached under the front desk and produced a blow dryer. Obviously they need to train the employees. I informed the manager I planned to keep the dryer for the duration of my stay. Fast forward to morning 2. As I was preparing to shower, I get a call from the front desk asking to borrow the dryer I had for another guest!!! Seriously???? The hotel is under renovations with plastic up everywhere. Breakfast was a pop tart and an apple. The paint under the vanity in our bathroom was sloppily applied and the vent is the bathroom looks like it's never been cleaned! Yuck!!!! Not likely we will stay here again.....regardless of convenience to our location. I've been in better Motel 6's. Their password is “rateus10” ! NO WAY!!! If you want the rating you need to provide better service. Forgot to mention cigarette smoke smell in the halls of this non smoking hotel and noise in the hallways.

We stayed at this hotel in the past before it was rebranded and loved it. However it's under renovations in every single area and is dirty and lacking amenities such as breakfast and even the hot tub was dirty and broke with no jets. The front desk was friendly but otherwise I would avoid until renovations are complete.

After I booked this hotel I checked the reviews and thought I made a mistake with all the horror reviews. Yes, the hotel is under renovation but received a really nice updated room. You can't have nice rooms if you don't have renovations. I only stayed one night but everything was fine.

This hotel is under a MAJOR renovation. In our opinion we're not sure why it's even legal for them to be open. Every area of the hotel is torn up. There is dust / dirt / debris / plastic curtains everywhere which seems like a hazard. The elevator button was barely hanging on the wall and there were wires hanging out. The room was a mix of new furnishings and old, which was very weird. The shower didn't drain and the water felt like you couldn't get clean. We really just wanted to stay by the golf course nearby which was close, but it wasn't worth it. We stayed here during the coronavirus so I understand they maybe couldn't finish the work, but they could at least clean up a bit so you don't feel like you're in a construction zone.

We love this hotel. The location, staff and amenities are grea including the price. The breakfast is delicious. During construction and Covid 19 we felt safe and breakfast was not available. We have stayed here multiple times. We are looking forward to seeing the finished work!

I booked this hotel through Wyndham. I always confirm my reservations prior to a trip. I was unable to confirm through the hotel website. However, I could see the reservation on my Wyndam Rewards website so I tried to call the hotel directly and was redirected to the Wyndham reservation line. They were unable to find my reservation and redirected me to the customer service line. I could hear children yelling in the back ground the individual was difficult to understand. She was able to figure out that the hotel had closed. I made a formal complaint that I wasn't informed by phone, letter or email of the hotel closing. She said she would help me get another hotel in the area at the same rate so she transferred me to someone else who was even more difficult to understand and was NOT helpful at all. I'm without a hotel room and my trip is days away.

Stayed there overnight visiting family. Fantastic accommodation. It is well off of the highway,nice and quiet. Very clean. The breakfast was great. The people were very friendly and helpful. Not far from Resturant's and other needs.

when we checked in, Syed asked for our credit card & drivers license--normal procedure right? He also confirmed our 2 night stay that we booked through booking.com. But on the 2nd. night, he came knocking on our door after 11 pm & woke my wife and I up. He said if we do not come down and pay,we must leave the hotel immediately. I reminded him him that he confirmed our 2 night stay and took our credit card for payment the day we checked in. He lied to my face and said that our card was declined. I knew that was not the case and under closer questioning downstairs, it was revealed that he had no record of us anywhere; no credit card record either. He somehow showed us as a "no show." I asked him why he didn't call us earlier and he said he tried at 8 pm but we didn't answer. I asked him if it occurred to him to leave us a message, so we might be able to come to the desk to straighten things out. He had no answer for that. Interestingly enough when we got back to the room neither one of our keys worked and an employee of the hotel saw us trying to get in and just opened the door for us with his key, without any questions asked. We had no idea yet about Syed's mixup. Great security right. Guess we looked honest. Anyway I complained about Syed to the manager the next morning and asked for a full refund for the second night. She listened and was very understanding but had to get the approval from her owner. It is now 3 days later, and we have not heard anything from them. Do not stay there 'cause you might get kicked out if the hotel clerk messes up. Wyndham's slogan is "No one welcomes the World like Wyndham," and we can be thankful for that!

We called ahead to inform the hotel that we were traveling with pets and to request a first floor room for ease of getting our dogs outside. (We had reservations) We were told “pet reservations “ always were given first floor rooms. Upon arrival they only had a second floor room. They finally found a “clean” first floor room for us. We found mud and food/crumbs on the carpeting. The comforter on one bed had a large wet spot that extended down to the fitted sheet. The manager came to the room and saw the comforter and fitted sheet himself. These issues were fixed but the condition of the room at check in was unacceptable. Would not recommend this hotel.

overall a good place to stay, very quiet considering the location, swimming was an issue due to the pool not ready for swimming....discolored so chose not to swim...rooms were very spacious and comfortable!
