"Never again at this location"

Most Best Western hotels are excellent and are my #1 choice!! Just not this one unfortunately. Visited this location 2 years ago and had issues thought it was a fluke. Tried again this year mid January 2021 and even worse now. On top of issues with disgusting pool people were swimming in, room cleanliness, expired elevator certification, missing smoke detectors, and staff competency. They also charged my card when reservation was booked on points. Called five times to resolve. Each time they said they would correct mistake and refund never did. Last time asked to speak directly to manager about billing issue and to point out the other issues so he could address. Was dismissive and transferred me right back to the front desk associate. I am still having to deal with this mess over 2 months later disputing the charges! Needs new management.

We booked in advance directly on the hotel website, not using a third party site. At check-in I was told that bookings.com Overbooked their hotel by 46 rooms and they moved us to a hotel owned by the same people just down the road. Went to the 2nd hotel which we deliberately avoided booking Because it looked terrible and was disappointed in that place too. Since the same people both I will share that at the new hotel our room was never cleaned because their housekeeping staff quit! This is not my issue and I expected better from a Best Western.

Hard to believe this was a Best Western - it was sooooooo dirty. Both the room and the lobby. The tissue holder was empty and there was a glob of dirt on the microwave glass plate. Gave the plate to the front desk attendant - he said he would find another, but never saw him again!

My daughter and I booked a room here for a softball tournament. I was sent an email confirmation number as well as a way to check in ahead of time via email. I did all of that and said I would check in between 8-10pm. When I arrived at 8:50 I was told my room had been canceled because they had over booked. Every hotel in town was full. The man at the desk was completely rude and said my room had been cancelled because I booked with a third party which I had not. I do not plan to ever stay at Best Western again.

Entire 2nd floor and elevator reeked. Room was not ready at check in at 8pm at night. No grab and go breakfast as advertised. Darryl was polite at check in but overall place seemed disorganized and poorly run.

we stay here every week on monday for the past year and a half and we love this hotel and all of the staff there. they are all simply amazing, they treat us like family they all know us by name and go above their duties to make us comfortable. our room is always very clean and smells great. we have never had any issues with any of our stays or any of the staff. coffee is always fresh and breakfast are always ready and they even have upgraded them which is nice. the lobby area is always clean and smells like fresh baked cookies. we wouldnt stay anywhere else. we stay in the business king on first floor and the room is huge with plenty of space. great price, great location, great staff and an overall great hotel.

I checked in early on Friday and even though check in was not until 3pm the front desk clerk had a housekeeper clean my room so that i may check in early. I told her it was fine but she took care of me. Very friendly and made sure everything i needed was available. Explained the breakfast situation due to covid and also let me know rooms are only cleaned on fridays for guests staying over and that if i needed anything to let the desk know so that they could the items down. Got in my room and it was amazing, it was beyond clean and smelled clean and fresh you dont get that often in hotels. It was spotless from top to bottom. Breakfast bag had two muffins, a yogurt and an orange juice which was perfect and i think was a great substitute. I travel frequently and mainly live in hotels due to my work. Every interaction I had with staff was great everyone was friendly and the entire hotel was clean as a whistle. The employees always seemed to be cleaning and sweeping and mopping. It was quiet and peacefull and i was able to work without distraction. This hotel is definitly under scored. They deserve 5 stars.

where to start - employees arguing, and rude to customers. one employee was in the office, not on the phone, but wouldn't even get out of her chair to come out and talk, just yelled, while we could see her putting her feet up on the wall in the office. No cleaning services until Fridays but they don't tell you that. towel rack wouldn't stay on the wall. Toilet ran in one of the rooms as was very loud. Just a bad experience. There's other hotels nearby, do yourself a favor and spend $10 more somewhere else. We left early and went to the Hilton Garden Inn. I don't like supporting Paris Hilton, but it was a world of difference between the hotels. I have NEVER had a bad experience at a Best Western until this one.

This hotel was convenient to I70 and inexpensive, but a very bad choice. The staff were lax with masks, the property was not clean and our first room was so obviously dirty (crumbs in the sheets) that we asked for a change. The 2nd room had fresh sheets but had mold growing on the face of the dresser. I usually have great experiences with Best Weaterns, but stay away from this one. There was no breakfast service when we left at 6:45 (no coffee even), though we had been told breakfast was available starting at 6

I will not recommend this hotel, hire people to make your hotel worth coming too stop the smokers from smoking in the rooms and the hotel, tell you workers this is their employment place not a place to sleep when at work.

"Worst Hotel On the Planet"

Incompetent staff and management. A supposedly clean room had someone's old chicken in the frig. On the day I checked in (Sunday 27 Sep) they did not have the room I reserved (accessible King) and was offered a non-accessible King. I was denied an accessible room with 2 queens because I had requested an accessible room with a king bed. The front desk staff couldn't figure this out. They put a $572.64 hold on my credit card for my initial reservation AFTER I CHECKED OUT as soon as I found out the room was not accessible. I accrued no charge to support this hold. I was forced to return to this hotel because I had arrived in the area late and could not secure another lodging. I finally go an accessible room the next day (28 Sep). With a new Credit Card hold. The pool was algae filled (no one maintains it??). On 1 Oct I asked to extend my stay (after I finally got the room I reserved) was told Ok but came back that day after work (1 Oct) to find out they had checked me out and would not let me reoccupy that room until it was "cleaned". I spent the night in a smaller inaccessible room at higher rate. Of the 6 desk people I dealt with 4 could not use the computer system. NO ONE at the hotel seemed able or willing to help with a bogus "hold", etc. One helpful clerk told me a TV problem was because "no one programmed the TV" and he didn't know how to do it. The hotel internet was also out and he did not know what to do. I get the problems arising from Covid so don't care about no food service. I still have 10 days in the area with more to come but will sleep in my car before I stay here. If this is Best Western service I will never ever use Best Western again. If you stay here you are truly desperate. If I could rate this with zeros I would.

"The Best morning staff"

I stay here 2 to 3 times a week and I absolutely adore the morning front desk girl and the morning shuttle driver. They always make sure us rail workers are happy, that we have fresh hot coffee and a great laugh. This is a second home to many of us and they really make things comfortable. When they are there many of us feel at home because they make sure to acknowledge us, check and make sure our rooms were okay and just talk to us. Much more pleasant than the old grouchy front desk man who is rude and unfriendly. These girls go out of their way to make sure each of us rail workers are well taken care of. By far the best two staff many of us have seen around this place. We look forward to their smiles and jokes after a day or two of work.

My wife and I stayed at the O'Fallon Best Western over the weekend of 9-12-20 while visiting family in the area. We've stayed there several times in the past without complaint. Regardless whether it's age, mismanagement or the pandemic, this property has really gone downhill since our last stay. Yes, it's evident that the staff has done there best to deal with the challenges of COVID-19. In fact, all the sanitation, masking, and social distancing steps taken by the hotel were to be commended. But, then there was the room--particularly, the carpet. The carpet in our room (316) was so dirty that you couldn't walk on it barefooted. It you did, (as it did once before bed the first night) it left a sticky substance and noticeable stain on the soles of my feet. Elsewhere in the hotel, I noticed other symptoms of neglect: marred and damaged door facings, broken rail on the luggage cart, a broken ice machine and an off-putting odor in the hotel's only elevator. When I mentioned the carpet to the clerk while checking out, she acknowledged the problem and said they had plans to address it. Unfortunately for the guests, whatever carpet remediation plan they have doesn't seem to have any bearing on whether or not you get a dirty carpet at check-in. Look, I know COVID has been tough for the hotel and the staff but the manager at this Best Western needs to do a better job prioritizing the maintenance of the property.

As a diamond Best Western member we have been to dozens of them. This is by far the worst one we have been to. The staff is very mediocre. No hello, welcome, a smile, or enthusiasm when you walk by any employee. One employee I assume is the shuttle driver just sat and smoked and talked to someone or did studying/other things sitting in lobby. Wasn't thanked for being a member and when asked about the upgrade availability we get as diamond select was ignored. The halls look like they have not been cleaned in a week, and the elevator in weeks! The room had not been swept, and the tile areas were sticky. The furniture the fridge was in was full of water damage and months of grime in the crevasses. A pink stain was on the comforter. The bathroom tile was cracked thru. There was no creamer for coffee anywhere in hotel or sleeves to hold them as they were very hot carrying back to room. Coffee was water. Hair in the sink. Moved to different room which was marginally better. Beds were great. Pillows awesome. Nice touch is the fact they have parking for diamond members up front. Came back second night and both our keys didn't work. Went downstairs and the only words he said was "were they near a cell phone?". Not can I see ID, your name, or I am sorry. Got two new ones that could have been any room. Parking lot has trash all over. Overall didn't feel valued at any level especially for someone who has spent thousands at BW.

During a time where one would think that everyone would be paying close attention to cleanliness we were disappointed. We stayed in room 203 June 23-25 2020 when son returned from deployment. We did not see much housekeeping at all. The room had a half a roll of toilet paper. Then our room was not cleaned and linens refreshed between days. The most concerning issue was that there was an empty bag of candy behind night stand and a water bottle found in dresser from previous guests. This lends credence to the fact that rooms aren't cleaned between guest. We can over look the issues like no breakfast due to COVID restrictions issued by the state but there is no excuse for not cleaning rooms during a pandemic. We have used hotel on numerous occasions and this was a first. We will be making other arrangements when we come to visit son in the future.

My stay here is always wonderful, the staff is extremely nice and attentive. The hotel is always clean and I feel like a valued customer whenever coming here to stay. With that being said I certainly hope it never changes.

The lady and the others that took care of the area, did very good. Everything kepd filled and fresh, and entire area clean. Small area so all this is important. The hot breakfast choices are good, only wish english muffins had been one. Every one was friendly, especially Katie at the desk. The only concern, was that my wife and grand kids, didn't like the older ladies hanging around the lobby and eating areas. We stayed 4 days and they were there all different hours, so must live there. Just always around.

This was a awesome stay for me and my children. They enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. The service was great. This hotel was very very clean. And I have OCD. When I say I couldn't find not one thing wrong. They get a 10 from me. I will be using the BW again.

the staff was friendly, room was clean and the comp breakfast was tasty. I would recommend best western to all my family and friends. It's only 20 minutes from st louis and is located by many shops and restaurants.

Booked this hotel for IHSA State Boys Bowling tourney. Warned front desk manager upon check in that with the number of teen boys that breakfast would be busy. Was assured they had under control. They did not on first day but redeemed themselves for second day. Also got stuck in the elevator twice. The clerk had to reset it. This made me nervous so I used the stairs. King room was nice enough but bathroom was very small. Sure if I would stay there again but if staying for one night, you will probably be ok.

We did let our staff know of the crowd that they would have and the first day they just weren't prepared. But I am happy to know they made everything better for the second morning for everyone. In the future we know to bring in extra the staff for our larger groups. As for the elevator I just spoke to our elevator operator and he said that everything looks good that the only thing he could see happening is that it could've gotten overloaded at one point of everyone coming in and going out. I told him after resetting it we didn't have anymore problems with it. Because hotel is not as visible from freeway, it was not as busy as it could have been. Slept well. Staff helpful. Cookies on arrival. Breakfast did not feature turkey sausage. Shower curtain smelled terribly but it was corrected.

"Nice hotel"

Our room was nice. I belive it culd of been a handicap room. We had a living room and a large bedroom. My only complaint about the room is the freezer needs to be defrosted, (could not put ice packs in freezer), and the microwave area (behind and on the rear side) needed major dusting. This was not just one or two days of not dusting, there was a layer of dust. The weekend we stay is a busy weekend for most if not all the hotels in the general area. Theres a girl soccer tournamnet. When we went for breakfast all the girls were eating yogurt (which I fully understand they need the protein). Though once all the yogurt was gone it was never refilled. I went back before we checked out and still no yogurt-the breakfast area was not as busy (onlly a few people eating). Fruit was down to a 3-4 apples. The breakfast is clean. They do leave coffee out and hot water-though the hot water could be hotter. The tall gentleman who works in the breakfast area is very nice-he will take your empty plate and he is very polite.

Stayed in O'Fallon in 2017 for Joyce Meyer Womens' Conference 25th anniversary. A great place for quiet after spending many hours in St. Louis! Had to change the date because the travel time doesn't go back that far!!

My husband and I always stay in a hotel when we visit my family in the area. We have tried at least half a dozen hotels in the area, including ones on the same street as this Best Western. So far, this one has been our absolute favorite. It was clean and updated. Some small issues not worth reporting, but nothing compared to other experiences we have had. It was clean. The room smelled good and looked nice. Bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the STL area photos that decorated the rooms and hallways. The breakfast was good. The pool looked really nice and clean, though we didn't swim. The location is excellent! We love being right on 64 so we can hop over to Columbia, Belleville, Dupo, etc very easily. As long as we keep finding a room price in this range, we will absolutely stay here again. We also really appreciated the option to have a separate seating area vs bedroom. It was nice to be able to put our toddler to bed in a dark, quiet room while we sat out in the seating area and he could keep sleeping in the morning without being bothered by us getting ready. There was no added cost for this option either.

This Best Western was a great place to stay. The staff was so helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious and I really appreciate the extended weekend hours. Another plus was that the room key envelope had the breakfast hours and the wifi password printed on it. So handy and a great idea!

Toilet wouldn't flush, keys never worked had to go to desk everytime we needed in room & cleaning people are rude & wouldwou move so we could get cart down hallway. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I just hope all best westerns aren't this bad.

This is a good place to stay, staff was great, easy to get to property from interstate. The only area that I thought needed addressing was the hotel needed a little more detail in being cleaned. Breakfast wasn't' that good but I did eat it. Coffee was great..

Room clean. Staff new and were not well trained or knowledgeable. Ice maker on 1st didn't work, no out of order sign or sign telling me where to get ice. Front desk clerk not sure if one on 2nd floor existed or if it worked. Took over 30 mi. to check in. Food was marginal. Hot: Waffles, Fz omelets, B&G. Not able to keep stocked for amount of guests. Dishes either were wet or absent. Out of juice. Yogurt sign advertising toppings but only raisins out on Sat morning and had to go get more yogurt-only stb/ban. On sun had other 3 toppings and hard boiled eggs. Only had grit packets and not oatmeal. Breakfast danish had mold on Saturday. Lady was overworked/overwhelmed but not trained to keep up with turnaround. Tables were dirty. Customer had a milk spill today and it took 10 min to get mop bucket to dining area. Only have tables for about 40 people. Very crowded into a small space. Front lobby area needs to have tables added and breakfast area redesigned. Would have sent my comments to BW but their website wasn't comment friendly. Room was supposed to be $70-ish but with taxes was almost $100 per night. Elevator was very slow and very small. Impossible to get wheeled cart for luggage in elevator and have room to stand. Husband had to squeeze through. Coffee bar wasn't well stocked throughout the day

We took over the Tyson plant in Caseyville IL. So.most of us stay in O'Fallon ILLINOIS. The Best Western is in a good location. Agassi station, plenty of restaurants and shopping centers not to far away.

"Fun weekend"

Kids and I. Had great weekend I wanted to thank the staff, they helped us find activities that kids enjoyed and family had fun with. Thank you what a wonderful time we had. I hope to make it back to o Fallon best western soon.

"BestWestern's ok with me"

This Best Western's location was easy accessible to the Interstate. The hotel staff was very helpful upon my check-in and also check-out. My room was clean and up to date and breakfast was fresh with hot and cold selections.

"Family Funeral"

We came to town last minute and was able to get a room here. Everything was great, just a couple of complaints. First of all, every tIme we left and returned our keys would not work. The front desk person said not to put it near your phone or credit card. Well, they were never near either of those things and still would not work. The hallway was extremely hot. We told the front desk and was told, "ya we know". We asked for a " Do not disturb" sign, as told they didn't have any extra. The front desk person put us on a list for no housekeeping. We returned and they had been in our room, moved our stuff, and made the beds. Our suitcases were open on the bed and they put my tablet in my suitcase. Nothing was missing, but they were not supposed to go in there. Breakfast was great! The breakfast attendants were very friendly and kept up with things.

The hotel was clean and well appointed but the staff all around was poor. The 1st room was not made up & was sent to a 2nd that had a broken air conditioning unit. Breakfast staff was not refilling items & not attending to anything else either. Front desk offered a weak sorry & have a nice day but no offer of compensation or that these issues would be fixed for future guests.

Hotel is easy to find and access. Super close to O'Fallon Family Sports Complex. Staff was great. Rooms were clean. Hallways and rooms were quiet. This property also offers a nice covered front porch with seating.

"Rooms were nice but food was dissappointing"

When I checked in the clerk was quite proud of the breakfast buffet. There were a few thing that were not warm - sausage gravy and sausage, The biscuits were very hard. The rooms were nice since the hotel had been renovated.

"Travel for meet"

Stayed the night when having to travel for a track meet in Belleville . Overall hotel is average but looks like a newer lobby. Breakfast was basic. The boys were wanting eggs or some fruit. But wasn't available. Got 2 rooms . One suite and the other was a average 2 bed room. Suite was broken into 2 room. Walk into a living room looking area that was out dated with a sleeper sofa they said was hard to get out. The room had 2 beds in it was a little small. Both rooms the beds where uncomfortable. For what I spent I would have wanted more comfortable beds to sleep in after a long drive. The pool is very small so the 3 teenage boys I brought couldn't swim in it. The pillows are very thin and hard to sleep on. The lobby was new and clean. The area around the hotel had a lot of gas stations and places to eat. The man who checked me in was quick and easy. I did request to have the 2 rooms by each but was on 2 completely different floors which was disappointing because we booked 3 or more weeks before the actual date.

"Dirty hotel room and terrible service"

We just stayed at this Best Western for 3 nights while visiting family in O'Fallon. Hotel inventory is always limited when we visit. In the past we've stayed at the Holiday Inn express and Hilton Garden Inn. I would encourage anyone to stay at either of those hotels over the Best Western every time. Even if the cost difference seems like a lot. You get what you pay for and at the Best Western O'Fallon that is a dirty hotel room, horrible customer service and an uncomfortable stay that doesn't end soon enough. Our stay started with the woman checking us in first making fun of my partner's name. When we arrived in our room the carpets looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks and the bathroom floor had clearly not been properly cleaned, with hairs (the last kind you want to find in your hotel room), on the ground. The rest of the room was ok - it seemed like nothing had ever been really wiped down or dusted, but it was bearable. The next day the same woman also informed my partner's senior parents (who had a reservation for a full week and only been there 3 nights) that they were checked out of the hotel the night before and they would need to find another place to stay as they were now sold out. The day before the hotel had upgraded them to a "suite" and they stayed there, but according to the woman working they were checked out that night. The manager never came out to speak with them to explain or apologize for what had happened. The hotel screwed up and checked them out by mistake, resold their room and were now kicking them out with no place to stay. I also used the "gym" while at the hotel. The equipment is all very old and poorly maintained. The treadmill was so loud and squeaky that it is was hard to run on for long. I'm fairly petite and I was worried it was going to fall apart as I ran. The elliptical was at least quiet but the calibration was off - the right side caught on something with every stride. The free weights and medicine balls were fine. As we left for lunch we requested that our room be serviced. When we came back 3+ hours later our room had still not been serviced. We left again for about an hour and reminded the staff. We came back to our room to change before heading to dinner and our room had again not been serviced. This time as we left housekeeping was outside the door (around 5pm) and asked if we wanted a full service, as if we hadn't already asked twice. When we returned later that evening our room had been serviced but soap, shampoo and toilet paper hadn't been replenished. The next day we saw housekeeping outside our door as we left and thanked them in advance for servicing our room. We never requested service at the front desk but made sure the do not disturb wasn't on our door. We were gone from 1pm until after 10pm. When we returned to our room the do not disturb sign was now on our door and our keys didn't work. We went down to the front desk worried that someone was in our room. We were told by the woman on duty that our keys expire after two days so we just needed new ones, and that they had received a lot of housekeeping complaints because kids had put do not disturb signs on guestroom doors. When we finally entered our room it had not been serviced, and the do not disturb sign that I had placed on the inside of the door was not there. We were out of towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. The story was that kids had been placing do not disturb signs on guestroom doors, however I'm not sure how kids were able to enter our room (or others) to get the do not disturb signs and place them on the outside of doors. The housekeeping staff makes the most sense. I've stayed a fair share of hotels, both low-end and high-end, but this was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The dingy and dirty rooms could have been bearable if it wasn't for the horrible service. I encourage you to stay anywhere else in O'Fallon.

Brand new facility, knowledgeable staff and very friendly. Easy check in. Won't regret this stay. Plenty of well lite parking. Easy access on and off freeway. surrounded by a large number of great restaurants and entertainment and multiplex theaters. Again, a stay you won't forget...

"Manager needs to find a new line of work."

For the staff to have failed on such a broad scale leads me to believe they have never been taught the basic acceptable standards of the hospitality industry. From the lobby being used a personal living room upon check-in. Dirty entrance/ windows. An outline of debris in the hallways where the wall and floor meet. Musty smell entering the room. Hair on the bathroom floor (both types). Urine on the toilet. Carpet did not appear to have been vacuumed. Breakfast area was a disaster. Food items not restocked. Silverware bins empty. No plates. Every table dirty. Service area door open showing dirty plates and utensils stacked high by the sink. First day the attendant was seen by the front desk on cellphone while the breakfast room was in this condition. We left without eating. Second day the buffet was in similar condition and we left again without eating. Third day we didn't even try. Just went to Bob Evans. All of this was either early or midway into the serving period. Pool appeared to not have the proper level of chlorine, if any. Smelled bad. Sand in the bottom of an indoor pool usually means a filter issue. We did not allow the grandkids to go in. Multiple rooms booked for our family event paid for in advance is the only reason we didn't leave after day one. Again, for the most part I hold the majority of the staff blameless, most were pleasant. The Owner/ Manager however is a different story. Please know that this is the first time I've given a negative review of any hotel. But then again, this is the first time I've witnessed this type of operational shortfalls on this grand of scale.

"Everything was great except the pool"

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. My daughter and I like to take short trips and stay in hotels with pools. While we are exploring new cities. This best western advertised indoor pool. I called to confirm it was in working condition. When we arrived it looked decent. When we got changed and went into the pool area I could immediately smell something off. It didn't smell like chlorine but more like dirty socks. To top it off it was 66 degrees. We were soo disappointed. You could see the dirt build up on the inside walls of the pool itself. Its unfortunate because we are planning another trip to st.Louis this summer. But we will have to find another hotel because of this :(

Elaine, at the front desk, went way above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. She was an excellent ambassador for the hotel. It was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and well-stocked. The hot breakfast was a legitimate spread with more than enough for everyone. My only complaint was the Incidentals hold that they placed on my debit card because I'd booked via a third party. We will stay again.

"Friendly service"

THe room was nice. Had a terrible noise going on the first night. A loud dripping noise in the wall. They did say we should have said something during the night and they would have moved us . They did move us then. The pool stayed crowded. The fitness room was fine but wish it wasn't with the pool. The screaming was miserable. Had some loud and rowdy guests. That was not on them.

I was in a business king for the weekend. The room was spacious and clean, including the bathroom. The sofa bed is set back from the king bed which gives the room more the feel of a suite. The cabinet door enclosing the fridge kept coming off the hinge and hanging to the side. The internet was very fast; no issues at all. Breakfast had hot, good quality food both days. They did run out of some utensils and food (muffins, fruit) before I arrived at breakfast. The pool and fitness center are small but functional. The hotel is easily accessible to many restaurants, grocery stores and the highway. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable bed and a clean room with good working amenities.

The sign had already been changed to Best Western, so we had difficulty finding the hotel. It was also under construction. The pool was closed. The staff were very nice, and the rooms were clean (we had rented two.) The faucet on the tub was loose, and I was afraid it was going to fall off. I forgot to notify the staff about it, though. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good.

"Pool not working"

Pool is under construction, stayed here on family trip and picked this hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool. It was out of service and manager said there was a disclaimer on the website that said some facilities may not be available, refused to give discount, also out of fresh cookies that were advertised. We showed up in the evening and it was too late to find an alternative. It is very disappointing situation when 8 year old children were told that we would spend the evening at the pool.

I had read reviews about the hotel being under renovation. We stayed on the 2nd floor which had been completely renovated. Rooms were clean, modern, and had adequate space. The beds/pillows were very comfortable. The hall leading to the elevator was under renovation (no carpet, woodwork, etc) but the area was clean and it presented no problems. There also was no noticeable noise and we did spend time there during the day. Overall, this hotel was a great deal! Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast area was small but seemed to be well stocked and good variety. The location is fantastic if you have a sporting event at OFallon Sports Park.

"Average hotel"

A good place to sleep after a wedding. Not much more to say after that. Rooms were just ok. I did feel safe here, though it could have been a bit cleaner. Hot breakfast was just ok, but not much choice for food. It was under renovation while we were there, but it had zero impact on this review. Our floor appeared updated, though rather poorly. Matress was very comfortable in my opinion. Overall, just an average place to stay if you need not to drive home.

Our room was quiet, mostly clean, but uncomfortable. Breakfast so so. Drinking water from breakfast dispenser tasted like sulfur. Employees smoked on end of hotel. Under construction. Pool very small.
