Best Western Hotel Northbridge Apartments, Northbridge

Filthy room that smelt of body odour ,broken chair on the balcony ,rice on the floor .. Broken lounge . Moved to another room and was covered in kids fingerprints everywhere,we were also told it was a quarantine hotel so can't understand the level of cleanliness being so bad ..

Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Great value. Location was great, walking distance to to Northbrige parking and Perth. Parking on site safe with easy access. staff only too happy to help. Will definitely stay again.

A great location with nice clean apartments. Short walk for good restaurants and bars. Reasonably priced accommodation in the heart of Northbridge with good safe undercover parking. Definitely would stay again

Lovely owner and excellent place to stay. Room is spacious and the location is very near to many restaurants and bars. The hotel is located at a quiet end of street but easily within walking distance of a vast array of food and drink places. Excellent value for money.

Great location, staff, rooms and value. It is right in the heart of the night life area of Perth but at the quiet end of the street. Many restaurants to choose from and short walking distance to the city and river

Stayed here for 3 mights. Huge 2 bedroom apartment, with a large kitchen, and bathroom, full size dining table and office desk. Lift to all higher floors. Super comfy beds, the only issue was being from the country we aren't used to city street noises, as the room was located on the corner of the building, across from the police station on one side and the expressway on the other. Next visit we'll ask for a room on the opposite side. Quick walk to most places from here, with good Italian restaurants close by.

The hotel is in a wonderful location which we were able to walk pretty much anywhere we wanted to go to, or at least to a transport hub. The pool area is nice with BBQs available to the guests. The pool is small but we were the only people in there when we stayed. The rooms are spacious and equiped with TV, kitchen and washing facilities. The underground parking was very useful for us and the staff were very pleasant. The hotel itself appears old, the shower was not very good and made a terrible noise when in use. There was only one wall mounted AC unit in the living room which made the bedrooms a little uncomfortable during the heatwave we experienced. The hotel wasn't very clean, lots of dust, cobwebs and some hair found in the bathroom when we arrived. I would recomend this as a hotel due to its location and the price we paid was reasonable, but it is no more than a 3* hotel.

Good location as in central Perth and handy to walk everywhere and to visit main sites in and around Perth. Also bonus of parking availability . Must go see the Optus stadium and watch a cricket match. Also enjoyed Christmas markets.

Stayed there for 4 nights from Christmas day. Location was good, walking distance to watertown outlet, with many retail outlets. Walking distance to yarra square and many food outlets. Apartment is clean, but unfortunately only 2 bottled drinks though we rental a 2 room apartment for 4 adults and 1 baby. Complimentary Coffee and tea, and body shampoo only for first day. Very disappointing as we are caught by surprise which other apartment refresh this complimentary daily.

Apartment was excellent as was the friendly staff. Located within an easy walk of CAT bus (free), abundance of eateries. Quiet end of the street. Very close to city and shopping, including food shopping. Loved it and will be back.

We can not recommend this hotel highly enough, close enough you are near everything and far enough away you are not disturbed by nighttime party noises. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the secure underground parking is a huge plus. We will be back again soon

Good bones with great people. Love the balcony and my favorite convenience is the french press for a fantastic first cup of coffee. But I also love the excellent sleep that comes from having fresh air!

Billions thanks to Kaylee Chan. We leave money at apartment after we checked out few days. We quickly emailed to best western and call the hotel. Kaylee answered my call and promised will go to check it by herself. Thanks God, she found it and returned to my relative who staying at Perth! She is kind and honest staff!

Would stay here again. Funky area, very close to the CBD. Staff have a sense of humour. Beds are comfy (and big). Great place for a break. pool area a treat. BBQ area very clean and functional . Plus free lemons when in season. Close to transport, restaurants, nightclubs, great pubs, what more could you ask for?

I was happy with the location, parking facilities and friendly,helpful reception staff. The rooms were spacious and self contained and comfortable. The only drawback was that the room gave the impression of not being as clean as it could be due to dirt under sofa cushions and some fast food packaging down between one of the beds and the wall. I would stay again but would be more comfortable if it were cleaned a little more thoroughly.

It just like my home, equip with complete kitchenette from oven, microwave, dish washer, fridge, toaster and etc etc. Washer and dryer has been very helpful as well. Spacious apartment, friendly staffs, and free parking is a definite "must" for us. Location is ok, close to NorthBridge city centre. Down side is the design of apartment is bit aged, bed is bit aged and the spring doesn't working that well for us. We had a fire alarm, and twice power outage during our stays. Besides, all are good. Best is for Family.

we have stayed here at least four times in the last year and have now made this our hotel for almost all visits to perth. clean accommodation, value for money, great location (and super easy to get an uber to anywhere in perth). a great choice of eats within 5 minutes walk. these apartments also include undercover parking, which is super difficult to get anywhere in the perth cbd area.

The spacious one bedroom apartment is located in the centre of district. Many restaurant nearby. Free covered parking. However, the cleanness of room is so-so. The kitchen utensil is well arranged and the oven is avalable for baking.

NIce sized apartment with 2 bedrooms and lounge room. The location on the ground floor ment the apartment didnt get much sunlight and the internet was slow. The bathroom had been renovated and was nice. Well equipped kitched.

Great location. Clean premises. Caretaker stayed up late to help us check in after hours. Parking was free and straightforward. The sole air conditioning unit in the living room warms up one of the bedrooms well but doesn't quite extend to the other.

I had the pleasure of staying 2 nights recently at the Best Western Northbridge and found it a very comfortable room and centrally located to restaurants and all things Northbridge. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very large clean rooms. Bathroom had a lovely huge counter that 4 girls could fit at to get ready - hair and make up! Small balcony. Equipped kitchen n laundry facilities in room. The keys were a bit chunky though

Room was always kept to a high standard. All facilities in good working order. Nice hot showers. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and service staff ready with a smile. The only downside was the reliability of the wifi connection, which constantly dropped out.

nice place to stay which was within walking distance of lots of restaurants cafes and bars. the apartment was nice and had a kitchen and laundry. the bed was comfortable as were the pillows. the bonus for us was the free underground parking which is very rare in perth

I recently stayed here for work, my first impression was this building needs a lot of TLC, it is very old and looks tired. The room while spacious and ample with lounge, dining and kitchen it smelled old and showed its age with the knocks and wear from use. Hot water was an issue with this tripping out, although i was offered a room change. Dining in the vicinity is plenty full but there are a lot of un-savory locals that frequent this area, drunks and homeless. There is car parking but I didn't use it. The staff were really helpful and attentive and were there for after hours if need be.

great location in Northbridge - close to everything - we walked to HBF stadium for the soccer. Room was lovely and comfortable - the only downer was the noisy weekend nightlife. it was extremely entertaining - especially the bloke quoting Harry Potter but if you're from the country or used to quiet then a weekend stay here may interrupt your sleeping patterns.

the rooms were unclean and dishes were dirty. Power went out when I used the facilities and the hot water system stopped working. internet access was intermittent. The hotel position was great. and the staff were very friendly. just disappointing that it was not clean.

I have stayed at this hotel in Northbridge Perth 4-5 times in the past 12 months, staff are great, rooms are very good, clean and tidy. Internet isnt that fast but works ok. Great location and close to resturants, bars and short walk to Perth CBD!!

BW Northbridge located close to Perth CBD was an excellent to stay in. Close to restaurants and cinemas the choice was endless. Staff were helpful when asked for directions and the public transport options great and close to the hotel. Serviced apartments were spacious and well furnished and easy to use. Balcony was a bit of a disappointment and you just looked into another building side. Would have been better spaced used for bathroom/laundry being slightly larger. Overall enjoyed our stay and the location was HARD to beat.

This is the first time I have stayed at a Best Western and it was very nice. The price is reasonable and overall apartment is neat & tidy. I will stay again. A plus for me is the big parking spaces they provide as most hotels have limited parking with tiny parking spots..

Convenient location to RAC arena just a 15 minute stroll. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious enough for 3 of us who stayed. Beds & pillows were very comfortable. Pool area was clean and very nice. The staff were friendly & helpful. Great view of New Year's Eve fireworks from our balcony.

A dated hotel. Location is good and some renovation/upgrading is due. Overall good experience from chk in to chk out. If dont mind the noisy aircond, some old carpet smells and very basic set up, the hotel located in a v good location for a variety of food, drinks and places for visits.

-Take 380 bus, which is just outside of the airport entrance door. The travel fare is $4.80/person and you have to transfer at Victoria Park Stn stand E and change to bus no 960. The fare is $3.10/person by cash. -Alight at Fitzgerald St After James st (10 stops) -Walk across the road for approximately 3 mins and you will see the hotel. -The hotel is clean and simple and it has all you needs in apartment -There are numbers of eateries surroundings the apartment (Korea, Chinese, high-end Thailand and vegetarian restaurant) -There is free blue cat bus service to city which is free. It's just opposite the Korean bbq restaurant in the corner. -If you are shopaholic, you can consider to visit Watertown brand outlet which is just 15 Mins walk. -There are just couple of things I would like to highlight here and I hope the hotel can look into them. The mattress in our room is spoil. Please see the photo attached. I think it's time to replace a new one. The kettle was rusty inside and the ceiling light in dining area was not working. Apart from these 3 things, the rest are all ok. Highly recommended hotel.

An old favourite to stay in Northbridge. Used to be great standard hotel service for a reasonable price, hassle free and reliable. My experience this year (for and event I attend each year) is the pricing on this hotel has greatly increased and the facilities and service are the same. I paid the full cost of the room over 3 months in advance. upon enquiry of this I was advised that a "special no refundable rate was given" and that was a discounted price which is why those conditions applied. The price was 30% more than we paid last year......I paid $190.for an overnight stand stay. no breakfast, no late check out just standard hotel service which is all I needed and expected. to pay over 3 months in advance is unreasonable. Have had many great get togethers with many friends creating fond memories whilst staying in here in northbridge in the past. Have recommended this hotel to many before including 5 friends that stayed this year. Would have continued for many years but however quite frankly have been dealt with impersonally and quite irrelevantly this time round. Staff onsite were friendly and efficient, rooms standard and okay. don't really expect much but really haven't enjoyed this years experience at all. maybe time to find another regular hotel for our stays in northbridge....said with sadness but well it is what it is....

Perfect location, short walk to restaurants, bars, city and train and bus stations. The staff were extremely helpful, flexible and attentive to my and my 8 colleagues requirements. Definitely stay again if back in Perth.

I like that the apartment provides free parking and wifi. The location is also very good and quiet, even though it is near eateries. The service is generally good; room is cleaned daily and amenities top up. I jjust wished that the interior undergo a refurbishment to keep up with time.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and there was plenty of room for us all. The hotels location is very convenient to all of Northbridge and walking distance to the City Malls. Free parking was an added bonus! We will definitely stay here again as we could just patk the car and walk to shops and restaurants. very relaxing

I have been in a few hotels over the years and Visited a few Great Westerns which have usually been "OK" but not inspiring. Definitely the case here. Australian hotels seem to be built to the lowest cost resulting in them being noisy and seemingly over-priced for what they are. The apartments are well located in the Northbridge area which puts them in walkable distance to anything in the CBD. There is parking on-site which was great and the staff, when there, were amenable and helpful. The place isn't manned 24hrs.

We (a family of 2 adults and 3 young kids under 12 years old) stayed in a 2 bedroom unit which was very clean and comfortable - with natural lighting in both bedrooms. A fully functional kitchen made preparing breakfast and supper very convenient. Location of this apartment-hotel is excellent due to its proximity to restaurants, cafes and CBD area. It's also only 3-5 mins walk to the nearest Blue Cat stop (free bus service within Perth city). Noticed that the second bedroom does not have an air-con unit (for those who intend to book this place for summer, do take note). We were there in winter so it was not an issue. Overall, we had a great stay at Best Western Northbridge.

It was exactly what we needed. Parking was easy to find and good size spaces and height for husbands delivery van. I wanted a close, clean bed to the arena after a show, with parking, and Best Western was perfect with a big comfy bed and lovely kept room. The reception staff were always happy and helpful and checking in and out was a breeze. 10/10 would recommend.

We stayed here when visiting family earlier this month. We had a 2 bedroom apartment that was very spacious and clean. Location is ideal for visiting Perth. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and the cbd. Parking is included with the rate. No 24 hour reception, late night check in is done with the caretaker which was fine. We had a stained blanket in one bedroom which was promptly replaced when we notified the staff. Overall very good, friendly staff, spacious apartment in good location. Suggest asking for room not facing the street as it can be a bit noisy.

Nice apartments. Well priced, close to city , we were given an apartment facing a James Street, so we had some late night noise. Two bed room apartment, nice clean , wi if a bit slow Car park was a great feature. Would recommend

Well, this one is quite a mixed bag. Reception isn't staffed 24x7, you'll need to call a number and wait in the cold if you arrive after 10pm. It's an older place, but generally clean overall. The room was partially renovated and the bathroom is quite modern, however the hot water system seems totally inadequate, I think you may get around 10 minutes of hot water from the snazzy showerhead. Personally I'd prefer less bling and a long hot shower. The kitchen area was dated but clean overall. Aircon works but the rattle in the compressor in room G02 is diabolical. The aircon remote is sketchy. Loved the king size bed, and if you like a room with very little natural light (and don't mind a noisy aircon), then G02 is for you. Free wifi, internet speed is ok and there's a washing machine and dryer handily placed adjacent to the tv in the lounge room! Really good location for my purposes. Despite aabusiness booking and credit card authority from my company I was still required to produce ID (no problem) AND a credit card for some reason. Very unusual and somewhat troubling in this age of identity theft, photocopies were taken of both items. Place was ok overall, but no more than 3 stars..... maybe 2.5

Great Location, but very noisy. Check in was easy, disappointed that will booking a 2 bedroom apartment and 1 bedroom apartment, we were only given 2 parking bays for free. Both rooms smelled musty and stuffy, heaters didn't work. Were clean and comfy however, the outside of the building definitely doesn't reflect the inside, rooms are much nicer then you are led to think.

Great location with reasonable price .Near China Town. Staffs are very friendly and comes with underground car park free of charge . The apartment is spacious and cozy ' it comes with a tiny balcony .

Stayed here for a week in May 2018. Rooms are very spacious, with all amenities you could want. Washing Machine, Dryer, Ironing Board, Microwave and pleanty of cuttlery and crockery. All rooms have a balcony, seperate bedroom and onsuite. Rooms very clean and well decorated. Great central location. A tv in the bedroom the only let down, although the smallish lcd lounge tv can easily be turned around.

Great place to stay, convenient, clean and spacious. Close to city and amenities, staff were great and I would certainly return. Good cooking facilities and very roomy, bed and bedroom were very comfortable, home away from home.

Booked a three bedroom apartment here last minute when our air bnb apartment cancelled on us the day before our trip. Turned out to be the better option for sure. Travelling with friends but staying in this apartment we are not all on top of each other with the way the townhouses are set out. It's at the quiet end of James Street and a short walk to everything. Apartment comfortable, clean and everything in it you might need. Staying 6 nights and it's great to be able to have the room to unpack, set up properly, bring some food in etc.

Needed a place to stay for a week before flying out and this fitted the bill just right. Had a 1 bedroom unit, plenty of room and a good size kitchen. An easy walk to Northbridge precinct where there are plenty to places to eat and an easy walk into the CBD. Bonus for us was free parking, it's secure and saved a heap on places that pretend to offer parking, enjoyed the stay.

My hubby ,2 kids and I stayed here for a weekend last month and it was great. We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor.very friendly staff at check in and out. Our Appartment was very clean and beds were comfy .My kids liked the pool too. Location was awesome. No noise from any clubs as they are a few streets away. Easy underground parking too. The only 2 things I'd ask the hotel are ,to keep some little milks in the fridge for the coffees and put a tv in the main bedroom . But apart from that I'd definatly stay again. ????

I stayed in a 3 bedrooms apt for 6 nights.After we checked in only we realised that there is 2 rooms on first floor(of which only one has air contioner) and one more room on second floor and the staircase is very narrow,just imagine you have low back problem and has to carry your big luggage up to second floor (without a lift) on a very narrow staircase.The carpet is very old and dusty,it triggered my asthma problem.The apt is quite worn out,it really need refurbishment.They should provide porter service especially for their 3 bedrooms apt.And they should really clearify their layout of the 3 bedrooms apt in all the booking apps.

Obviously disappointed with your review Donny. Sometimes it happens that we cannot all guests happy and I thought that you were generally happy. There were smiles from you and your family during the stay. You had booked a non refundable rate and you were disappointed that you could not get a refund. After this I thought that things were generally fine judging by our interactions. We take note of your comments and wish you well in your travels.

I stayed here on and off for 6 weeks as I was traveling to and from a mine site in far north WA each week. Check in was easy and all the staff I dealt with were helpful, accommodating and even managed to ensure I had the same room each time I returned from site which made 'coming home' easier and more familiar. The apartment (103) was always fresh and clean and well stocked with the basic kitchen, bathroom and laundry amenities. I appreciated the bottled water that was included too as I found the tap water in Perth not so nice to drink. The pool area is clean, spacious and very relaxing with chairs, lounges and umbrellas. Watch your step getting into the spa though as its deeper than you think! The lift is a bit old and slow but works fine. Some of the floor mats on each level are a bit worn and shabby looking and need replacing but it does not affect walking on them but it does affect the overall 'look' which is bought down a little from this. It would be nice to have a breakfast place in the building but there is a great coffee place called Coffee Winkel a few doors down that serves great coffee and delicious food so that is a blessing. Car park is handy to use, location to Northbridge main food strip is only a 5-10 min walk and very close to Perth city central with the new walkway at the bus station depot. The free bleu CAT bus stops right near by which is handy for getting around. I enjoyed my stay here and would happily stay here again when returning to Perth.

We used the apartment as a base in Perth for exploring both the city and the nearby attractions. The apartment was comfortable and the shower was a 'wet-room' arrangement suitable for a wheelchair user. Unfortunately no stool in the shower but a metal chair from the balcony did the trick. Crockery and cutlery were basic ad very limited in number- not enough to justify using the dishwasher to the best effect! Otherwise comfortable enough with a pleasant pool and BBQ area. Staff very helpful. Northridge itself is very quiet by day but tyhrobs by night!

My hubby and I stayed here while visiting family. We had a 1bedroom apartment that was clean and furnished well. The kitchen had all mod cons. It also had a laundry room, this was such a bonus not having to bring mucky washing back to the UK in January. The reception staff were very helpful. There is allocated parking under the hotel with electronic gates. We loved the fact it was 10 mins walk from the city centre and opposite the arena. The night life and atmosphere just down the road in Northbridge was fantastic. We also loved the pool and spa area. It was cleaned daily. There is also use of a free gas BBQ. To get to the pool and BBQ area you walk through any alley of lemon trees. We would definitely recommend this place. An apartment self catering but with the luxury of maid service to make up your bed, change towels and replenish toilet rolls.

I stayed with my family in November...and everthing was great. Reception staff was nice. Rooms are clean..and there is a daily service! Great location....near a Pizzeria where we can eat the probably best pizza in Perth. We will come back for sure!

It has been a month since our holiday in Perth. And i owe Best western my review. Stayed in BW Northbrige with two children and four elderly. Total 8 pax. For anyone who wish to get a place to spend time with family, this place is highly recommended. Free parking facilities was great, pool in from of the apartment was great,fully equipped kitchen as well as ample space in living room and dining area. Price was reasonable for that area. It might need gradual refurbishment on the carpets. Also, staffs was great and helpful.

We stayed 2 nights in Perth after Christmas and it was a comfortable stay. The rooms are very old and furnishings dated - but the kitchen was well-stocked as was the bathroom. We got parking onsite, which was hugely convenient. The front desk staff were polite and helpful. My main gripe was the cleanliness of the room - it quite dusty esp. the curtains and was home to hoards of mosquitoes - an occasional clean could have rid this issue. The ventilation was not adequate since there was just one air con in the living area for the whole apartment. So we couldn't use the second bedroom since it was on the far end of the apartment with almost no ventilation. The hotel could have provided a fan. The beds were quite bouncy - almost like a trampoline. So that affected our sleep a bit. But the housekeeping staff were thoughtful in leaving spare towels and linen as well as in being prompt in servicing the room during the day.

I really enjoyed staying here. The staff are so welcoming and helpful and make you feel right at home , nothing was any trouble to them. The apartments are not luxury but good value for money, very spacious and clean. Full kitchen including dishwasher . Lovely little pool area . The location was ideal for me as it was the quiet end of Northbridge but it was a good 15-20 minutes walk to the cbd and the nearest big supermarket so not ideal if you're not a walker. There is however a 24 hour shop across the road which has the basics. Free newspapers every day in the lobby and good wi if connection. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Nice, Clean and Calm place to stay. The staff is very much co-operative and helpful. Its near to main central market and having free bus - Blue CAT connectivity (stop-10 or 11). On the James street we can have good options to eat n drink specially Old Shanghai where you can get Indian and Asian food.

Stayed here for a week on the first leg of our Australia trip. There are lots of really good things about these Apartments but it could also be so much better Good things The apartments are huge! The kitchens have everything you need. The beds are really comfortable. A Television. Free Wifi throughout the complex. Free Parking. Nice pool area. Good central location at one end of the lively James Street with its dozens of restaurants and bars. Excellent staff. The not so good things Despite the lovely receptionists the reception isn't welcoming. It's cluttered and doesn't create a great first impression. The walkways have dirty old black mats down that make the place look messy. A few plants and pictures would make them so much more attractive. If you're at the front as we were, it can be noisy at night. The odd reveller, cars and sirens - the police station is opposite Don't be put off staying here - far from it. Value for money in an expensive City, it's well worth it, just expect functionality not luxury.

Stayed here as part of the first leg of our Australia trip. The hotel was really easy to find and the reception staff were very helpful on arrival. We booked a standard apartment and when we walked in were surprised by the size of it, it was so spacious with a comfortable living area and large bedroom with balcony leading off (which we spent many early morning sitting on trying to adjust to the time difference). The kitchen had everything you needed. We didn't have a car and found that the location was ok if you wanted to travel into the CBD otherwise its a bit out of the way so I would suggest getting a car. The pool area always seemed to be quiet (we didn't actually use it due to time constraints but it was nice to have it there). We used the safety deposit service offered by reception who were more than willing to help. Overall we had a really great stay here and would recommend to others.

Booked this apartment after searching for many hotels and apartments in Perth city. Location is good and most importantly parking is free. Room is spacious, clean and fully equipped with cooking facilities. The living room and bedroom is separated by a sliding door. ?? is only available in the living room though. Receptionist is friendly and checking in after 10pm is possible. Only thing is that after check in, I realised that they only give one towel, probably I will request for another one later. Total I'm staying here for 4 nights, glad I got this place.

This is a good place to stay the is reasonably central to the Northbridge and downtown Perth areas. We stayed here twice and it is quiet with all the amenities. Kitchen, fridge, dishes, toaster, kettle and washer & dryer for extended stays.

I wasn't expecting much based on my previous Best Western experiences but I was pleasantly surprised. Good location up one end of Northbridge. Very friendly check in staff who was extremely helpful. Nice pool, with tables so we had our wine out there one night. Apartments very spacious with good bed, bathroom, washing facilities and iron, and kitchen. Air con good. Overall a good stay.

We are a relaxed property in the quiet end of Northbridge and we are lucky enough to have many return guests. We really hope that we can welcome you again.

The accessible was very good with plenty of room. The cooking facilities were excellent and the room also had a washing machine and clothes dryer. We had to have an electric bed from the hospital put in the room as well and Best Western were very accommodating with that request and even had a staff member to help us shift some furniture around to how we wanted it. It would be a good idea to have some rails in the bathroom to make it easier for a solo traveller. It is an easy 15 minute stroll into the city or there is a free Cat bus just around the corner. There is also plenty of eating places nearby and it was a lovely quiet place to stay. All in all .... great wheelchair accessible accommodation.

Stayed here for a friend's party and it was good. Big apartment room meant plenty of space for us to relax in and the property is in a great location to access northbridge in a few minutes and the city centre in 10 minutes by foot. Secure Parking available and a swimming pool also.

Spent a day in Northbridge for lunch with a friend. We found the apartment to be more than adequate for our needs. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and clean. The check in was excellent. We were an hour or two early but the young lady at reception said the room was ready and we could go straight there. No complaints from me and I would stay here again.

We stayed three nights at the two bedroom apartment which was recently refurbished - the bathroom and toilet is brand new and much more modern now (bathtub removed, double sinks, separate toilet cubicle); but the kitchen remains the same and rather dated in sight. Service at the reception was great; efficient and ever so helpful. The Manager is a fine chap, and went out of the way to assist us in a faulty door latch issue. We only had testy episodes with the Housekeeping team (one showed us a pissed off face when we were not ready to vacate the room at 9.30am for her to tidy; while another barged into our room rudely despite our protests). Location is excellent, a gentle stroll will bring you to the hub of Northbridge. The complimentary basement parking was also ample and convenient.

Staff were great, location was great. Bathrooms could do with an upgrade as the mirror is over the toilet and just looked run down compared to the rest of the room. The lifts could also do with an upgrade as they take a very long time to go from one floor to the next

As a regular business traveler to Perth ( every 2 weeks) I have always stayed in the same appetments in Hay street but couldnt get in this trip hence I decided to stay at BWNB and was glad I did . Extremely helpful and friendly staff, great location with lots of cafes close by for those who don't want to prepare their own, very easy carparking and very well appointed and clean rooms. I have alreasdy booked in for my next trips and will continue to do so.

We got a 2bedroom apartment and stay 3 nites with 2A & 2C. Pro: 1. Excellent location near to town center near to many restaurants, all walking and even walk into city 2. Free parking is available at the basement of the apartment secured with the entry and exit via access card. 3. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. 4. Friendly & helpful staff 5. Wifi is good and fast Cons: 1. The maintence and cleaning could have been a bit better and improvement is needed. We found 2 cockroaches running around in the kitchen on the first day of arrival which was quite unpleasent experience. 2. A lot of outside traffic noise

Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was very fast and smooth. Cars were able to park without any additional charges. Rooms were always clean up and internet was good too. Rooms were big and bed is big enough for 3 person like asia size. Very close to amenities..

Stayed here for 3 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment with enough room for the 4 of us. A couple of little glitches on our initial day but all was sorted out quickly and respectfully. Staff were friendly and helpful with information and just a few minutes away was such a huge variety of restaurants with so many different cuisines. Close by cute little cafe with great coffee. Ticks all the boxes highly recommended this spot.

Stayed here in the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit, was lovely and spacious, the hotel is ideally situated from the city, there is secure parking. Short walk to restaurants and night life. Nice pool and spa. Kitchen was tiny, but well equipped.

This was our first stay in Northbridge and found the location to be good. Our 3 bedroom apartment was clean but had a very strange layout with no powder room on the living floor, 2 bathrooms downstairs and no bathroom on the top floor where the 3rd bedroom was located. Pool area was good and front desk staff friendly. Close to restaurants and walking distance to the CBD.

We have been to the Northbridge Appartmetd four times over the past three years as it fits with family living in the area. In this time it has changed hotel chain but it remains excellent value. This time we were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment and this was equally well serviced and comfortable. The best aspect of this establishment is the space in the rooms. Though they may be older, they have bench space in bath and kitchen area often painfully deficient in more modern accomodation. Parking is undercover.

We stayed for 3 weeks in March/April 2017 and used the apartment as a base to see the sights and catch up with family living around Perth. The apartment was clean and tidy and serviced each day except Sundays. The self catering was great. The location is right opposite the WA Police HQ in a nice area of Northbridge. The free city bus goes nearby and a 10 minute walk to Perth Station and the central Bus Depot.

Very helpful receptionist. Apartment was in a quiet location and very comfortable. Linen was high quality and bedding very comfy. When booking didn't know anything about the area, it was delightful to find we could walk to a street full of eateries. Free buses were just around the corner and ran every 10 mins to Perth Station. We didn't need a car as public transport was great - even on a Sunday! Definitley recommend. Great laundry facilities.

Excellent, really clean and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend. Situated right in the heart of Northbridge, so easy access to eateries and train stations. Main police station in the next street so a police presence ensures that feeling of safety! Included car parking and wifi so really good value. An apartment style room for three persons.

I stayed here for 7days. I had some accident, so I had to stay there more than scheduled. They were willing to help me with everything including parcel receiving, sending email, finding hotels in Melbourne, printing, finding places, and so on. The room was clean and the maid was kind enough to keep my things I forgot to take out until I went there again. The location was very good, near to the blue cat bus stop , nice restaurants, Perth Arena, and to the station. I could walk to the downtown every day. I used to take the blue cat and go to the swan river,and bell tower. I will go there again if I have a chance to visit Perth again, especilly with my family.

From the moment we walked in to the lobby, we felt we'd made the right choice in accommodation. With the ideal location, being on the very edge of the Northbridge strip of restaurants, coffee shops and boutique cafes... you're guaranteed to experience all of what Northbridge has to offer, all within a short walking distance. Guests are offered FREE PARKING, which was a real surprise to us, we were thrilled! We had a 1bd apartment. The bedroom is a generous size, which has double doors to be able to close off from the living area, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped (plates, cups, pans, toaster, kettle, coffee, tea etc) & has everything you need for a lengthy stay. Even has a good sized oven and stove cooker. A noted feature is a family sized fridge! The bathroom was clean and well stocked with a good selection of complimentary toiletries. The laundry features a washer, dryer and trough and is attached to the bathroom, but can be closed off by closing the door separating the two. Washing Powder was even provided. We loved that this apartment had a balcony we could sit at- a lovely feature for CBD & surrounds. The King Size bed with King Size pillows were extremely comfortable and a double wardrobe provided us with ample clothing storage space. The blackout curtains allowed us to have a restful sleep in as well! The airconditioner was extremely efficient, it is located central in the living room and is easily able to cool the entire apartment very quickly. In the comfort of the apartment, you'd never know you were in the thick of lively Northbridge as we found that all street noise etc was completely blocked out! Well done Best Western Northbridge, you've truly nailed it! This accommodation has everything covered, for a one night escape, business trip or even a lengthy family holiday! We look forward to returning soon & will make sure we make the time to enjoy the beautiful pool and heated spa then! Thanks for a memorable stay!

Have had to come to Perth every week for the last 6 weeks and was so happy the first time I stayed, I just kept rebooking. Close to cbd, situated on James Street which is full of different types of eateries which makes it a great location, well priced and comfortable place to stay.

I stayed here for a single night and I was a little unpleasantly shocked when I arrived. The first thing I smelt in room 313 was dampness, and a mouldy smell. The room was clean and maintained but it was old, worn down and needed a renovation. There is one lift servicing the whole hotel. It is an old clunker and very very slow. Expect to learn to be patient when waiting for it. The hotel car park is provided free of charge which is good but you can't get out of there after you've checked out. Make sure you remove your car before you do if you're checking out after hours when the reception is closed. The hotel is on James street, a great location for night life and eating out. At very very best, I give this hotel two stars. It's run down, old and needs work. There are much better places to stay in northbridge that are better value for money.

I originally booked this accommodation online through Quest apartments and prior to our stay the apartments became Best Western. I paid for 3 nights in a serviced apartment and on arrival there was a note in the apartment stating that as it was a long weekend the room would not be serviced on Sunday and Monday. I of course complained and the apartment was given a quick tidy up and towels were replaced. To be confronted with this at the beginning of our holiday was very upsetting. While the apartment was well stocked with cooking utensils, oven, microwave, washing machine and dryer, it was very noisy. This was due to the open verandahs and so when people were talking at the lift it echoed up to the room. The building itself is a poor design and the walkways look grubby and in need of maintenance. The female receptionists were very polite and helpful. The apartments are in a good location but I wouldn't stay here again. Also I don't like nor agree with a policy that states that apartments are serviced and then states on arrival that they are not. My first stay in a Best Western will probably my last.

Not bad, could do with some nice blankets to keep warmer, would save on air con running costs otherwise a nice space with everything needed. Location very good, easy walk to many restaurants & cafes in Northbridge

I stayed in 4 apartments during my recent visit to Western Australia, and Quest on James was the most disappointing. The location is great, but nothing else is. Firstly, the amenities were old and acting up. We parked our car in the basement carpark and waited for very long before the lift door opened. In the lift were 4 other guests, and my family of 6 entered. We were all headed for level 1. The lift went up to level 1 but the door didn't open. Instead, it went back down to the basement. Everyone was in panick mode. Good thing the lift door opened in the basement! The 6 of us quickly stepped out, while the remaining 4 guests stayed in the lift and went up to level 1. We waited for a good 5 minutes before the lift door reopened, and this time it brought us safely to level 1 where our apartment was. While we were in the apartment, we kept hearing beeping sound every minute. It was so loud that we could hear it from the bedrooms one floor down. Some of us went to bathe, and the hot water was initially fine. Late in the evening when some of us were bathing halfway, the water went cold even when we switched the hot tap to the max and switched off the cold tap. We called the reception and were told that the repairman would only be in the next morning, so we were offered another apartment 1 floor down. We had to pack all our stuff up and moved in the middle of the night and in the cold winter wind. Even in the new apartment, the water would momentarily turn cold every now and then, before turning hot again. Bathing was not a pleasant experience. Secondly, the layout of the apartment is awkward and not friendly for the elderly. The 1st apartment we're offered has two bedrooms and two bathrooms at the basement, the living room and kitchen on level 1, and the third bedroom on level 2. Those sleeping in the third bedroom will have to descend 2 flights of stairs to get to the bathroom. The 2nd apartment we moved to has the living room and kitchen at level 1, two bedrooms and two bathrooms at level 2, and the third bedroom at level 3. Those sleeping in the third bedroom has to carry their suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. Thirdly, the master bathroom in the 1st apartment has a very loose locking mechanism that we had to keep the door open to avoid locking it accidentally. We won't be able to open it from the outside and the handyman won't be in till 7am in the morning! The two bathrooms in the 2nd apartment don't have any locking mechanism so we had to be careful not to open the door while someone was using it. The washing machine, dryer, and ironing board were all packed into the already small bathroom. Lastly, both apartments don't come with a hairdryer. I don't know if we can request for one but after the bad experience, we were too tired to call up reception to ask.

Dear Diana, It's clear that your stay did not start well with us. There are things that happened during your stay that can happened and some that are mentioned which are due to you simply not being happy to be with us. In relation to the lift, may I suggest that next time you see a small lift with four people already in it, you do not try to fit your family of six plus luggage in it? This may just be too heavy for the lift as lifts do have a weight limits. You must have been really cramped in there with ten people and luggage in a small lift. The lift for safety reasons, went back down to let you out and continued functioning normally after this. In relation to our 3 Bedrooms-they are townhouses and they do have stairs. I cannot assist with this issue as this is the way they are built. Townhouses are not uncommon and most people enjoy the extra privacy and space this provides them. Clearly there are some things that you have alerted us to and thank you for this. We are happy with the feedback guests provide us as this allows us to action things that can be missed. There was a problem with your apartment and we feel we acted accordingly. We offered you an upgrade of the apartment you were staying in AND yes still a townhouse. We felt this the appropriate course of action. You asked us for complimentary late check out and considering that we wanted you to leave with a good experience, we obliged. We even extended the check out to the point that where could not sell the 3B for that night at no cost to you-but that's OK, as we wanted you to remember our hospitality. You then asked to be compensated and as you had booked a rate that was placed in error (you actually paid for the price of a 1B apartment-) we kindly declined your request. You left upset that you did not get a refund and did not even utilise any of the late check out that you demanded. The negativity in your review, whilst alerting us to some things which we have since been rectified, to me shows you have some sort of axe to grind. I wonder if you would have placed the same review if we would have given you a refund? Nicely located apartments in Northbridge. Good size and great price. Comfy bed. Couch and chair. Dining table. Kitchen. But housekeeping let it down. No bin. One towel provided. Dirty bathtub. No shower cap. Disappointing. Given the proximity to northbridge restaurants and nightlife, I would stay again and would hope the housekeeping standards are greatly improved.

Very happy with this place. Close to a bunch of restaurants, walking distance to Elizabeth Marina and city shopping. Also just around the corner from Scitech which was a great spot to take kids. Fully recommend.

Stayed here upon our family moving to Perth with work. We got a huge 3 floor room. Fully AC, beautiful pool at our doorstep and a quick 5 minute stroll to the city to see the sights. Staff were helpful and only too happy to point us in the right direction.

Stayed in one bedroom apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, dining table and sofa area. Large comfortable bed, very clean and well maintained. Within walking distance to all the amazing eating/drinking places in Northbridge. Bonus having free lock up garage style parking on site. Highly recommend for those wanting self contained accommodation in spacious room.
