« Family Friendly, Close to Airport, 15mins from Downtown »

This was a very nicely redecorated hotel. Staff was very nice at check in. Helpful and Quick. Teens liked the breakfast. Pool was open, outdoor area was closed(Nov. Weather) Room was clean and set up nicely with bathroom area off to side. Gave a little more privacy then average rooms. Outside noise was only here or there in the hallways.. Family Friendly. Did see a service dog in Hotel. This is very close to Airport, 15mins from Downtown. There are Trolley Services/Bus Services that pick up at Hotel. There is also a Map/Guide area to the right of lobby in a nook with brochures to places to visit. We highly recommend to do the Old Town Trolley/Bus. Our Drivers were excellent and information was fun. We tipped each one. Places to Eat. Recommend Puckett's. Little on expensive side, but very family friendly.

    « Excellent stay! »

Very nice hotel with a friendly staff and great breakfast. We would definitely stay vere again. Room was pretty and veds were comfortable. There was plenty of water pressure and a nice tv. Location was great too.

    « INFORMS 2016 Conference »

I had a pleasant experience during my stay at Best Western Plus in Nashville, TN while attending the 2016 INFORMS Conference. The people were very friendly. The room was very clean, spic and span. I will certainly stay here again. It is very close to the airport and also close to downtown Nashville.

« Reasonably Nice Place to Stay in Nashville Near Airport »

I stayed hear when visiting for the Beyonce' concert and had such a good experience, I decided to stay again during my Veteran's Day weekend visit. I booked my room on Expedia with ease. The room was $159.99 a night. $374 with taxes. The first stay in October was great! They also have free parking. They also have a nice variety of foods for a quick breakfast daily. The visit this past weekend would have been great had there not been an additional $10 charge. The room was nice, spacious, and comfortable. When looking for a hotel in Nashville most were $300 a night or more, which was a little ridiculous to me. This hotel received 4 stars due to the additional $10 charge and inconvenience of having to wait for Abraham to call a manager to help him fix the problem. I had to show him my email showing the subtotal and total with taxes for the room. I explained to him that I had stayed there before and had not had this problem. He attempted to explain to me that I needed to pay an additional tax. When I refused, he told me to leave my name, email address, and phone number so he could contact me after the problem was fixed after I paid with cash. I told him I needed something in writing since I paid with cash and not a credit card before departing the hotel. He gave me a print-out showing the amount of cash I had given him. After leaving, he called me about 20 minutes later to let me know the problem had been resolved. He also emailed me an updated receipt. I was never informed what the problem was but it was resolved. Other than the additional charge, I highly recommend this hotel for a reasonably priced stay.

« Great stay, everything we needed. »

Rating would have been an overall 5 had the bed been a bit more comfortable, quite hard. Staff was very polite and professional. Hotel was very nicely decorated and up to date. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Nashville.

« Best Western Plus Hotel, Nashville, TN USA »

Beautifully renovated facility! Gorgeous wood sliding doors in the breakfast area, modern lobby, floating lights behind the mirrors in the bathroom - such a refreshing place to stay the night. Very convenient to the airport, with several dining establishments in the neighborhood.

« Poor for the money »

Breakfast was under par for continentals. Lighting in bathroom & mirror was way too low. Felt like a medical facility decor in the room. Only good thing was the mattress, but our friends in another room said they had one that was limp. OVER priced for what you got by at least 30%

    « Weekend Stay »

Hotel completely renovated. Nice and clean. Room was very comfortable! Never heard the planes though airport is less than a mile away. Friendly staff. Continental breakfast was not the best but quite decent!! No complaints!

« Great modern clean hotel »

We came to town for a wedding. We have stayed at other budget hotels in the area, and this one was much nicer than any of the others (LaQuinta, comfort inn, holiday inn). It was nicely decorated with modern touches and it was clean. The breakfast area was nice and large, and the buffet breakfast items were good.

    « Very Nice »

Was very pleased with the assistance provided by the staff as well as the cleanliness of the room. The bedding was nice because the "bedspread" was one that you could tell they washed after each use. The breakfast area was very pleasant.

« Updated hotel close to airport »

I haven't stayed at a Best Western in the while and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Nicely appointed rooms in which the bed was very comfortable and slept great each night. The breakfast had a nice variety and very helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

« Good value for Trip Advisor price »

I got in late and was just sleeping and leaving in the morning. Good price but as it seemed to be their discounted room, it had stained carpeting, a view of the outdoor air conditioning units and a squealing bathroom fan.

    « One to consider »

I booked a room here because the two hotels in the area where I normally stay near the airport had increased their rates to the point it was time to reevaluate. It was less expensive than the other two (still a bit high); however, it was a nice surprise. Large, clean rooms, pleasant check in, adequate breakfast ( are any motel breakfasts really that incredible anymore? ). One to consider.

« Pleasant stay Best Western Plus »

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel decor and the size /set up of the room and my stay was comfortable and hassle free. The staff was very pleasant and responsive all my needs during check-in and throughout my stay.

    « High School Group »

We brought our High School Band program to Nashville for a competition. We needed an overnight stay for approx. 160 teenagers and about 30 adults. The staff was above fantastic! The folks I worked with to get all the logistics in place could not have been more helpful. Akhila calmed my nerves in the beginning, and then Joy was just as fabulous, with all the details. Every need was meet, the breakfast area was stocked with several great choices and items. The staff worked exceptionally hard to keep up with demands from hungry teenagers, and did a fantastic job. I am thrilled beyond measure with the job the entire hotel staff did to accommodate us. The hotel itself, was neat clean, fresh. The beds were comfortable, and all the necessities were available. We would definitely stay here again if we do the competition again. The only thing was the price could have been a bit less. But they earned every penny.

« Hotel was fine, price seemed high »

We stayed here for one night on our return trip from Florida. We chose Nashville based on getting a good night of sleep and still making it home in two days. Since hotels in Nashville are little higher priced, this was not the ideal location. We felt we paid more than necessary. That being said, the hotel was fine. The beds were clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast included a variety of good options. We would stay here again if we had to, but we will likely avoid staying in Nashville if possible.

« Nashville weekend get away. »

Everything about this hotel is excellent.. The best part was the shuttle to the downtown area. The cost is only $10.00 per person round trip which is an excellent value. No need to worry about trying to find parking.

    « Education Trip »

Nashville was a layover for my trip to Oakridge, and Jackson to teach some certification classes. The location along I-40, and it's Proximity to the airport, were very convenient to my schedule. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I am in Nashville.

    « what a find ! »

We booked one night , arrived early was met by a very friendly receptionist who made sure we were able to check in early, the hotel is very clean and modern, we made use of the pool and had a couple of hours relaxing before we made use of the taxi service the hotel arranged for us to take us to downtown at only $10 return trip this was amazing value door to door service. The rooms are spacious clean and has every thing you could need, coffee is available free of charge 24 hours a day in the reception , after a great night sleep we had one of the best breakfasts ever offered for free in a hotel, so much choice from fresh make your own waffles to biscuits and gravy, ( not something I tried) but the bacon and eggs were delicious All the staff were very pleasant and friendly with nothing being too much trouble If ever your looking for a great location two minutes drive from the airport, offering great service for a great price this is the place to stay ?? I would definitely book here again

    « Nashville Hotel Stay »

I was expecting better since the price was kind of high for our 6 night stay. The room had mold and beds are very hard! The staff couldn't recommend and good restaurants in the area and there was no microwave in the room as promised.

    « Awesome , Great, Friendly »

Spent a week at this hotel and loved it. Room was cleaned everyday and spotless. Staff at front desk amazing. Always that good morning, have a nice day. And not robotic, lifted there heads and looked at us. Great tips from them on the city. Told us about a shuttle service which we used many times. Take you to Broadway area for 10.00 per person return.

« Great hotel at a great price »

I travel to Nashville frequently to work trade shows and conventions. As a female traveling solo, I need a safe place to return to at night. This hotel is in a great location (just 10 minutes from downtown). I usually cover my own expenses and this price is in my budget. The rooms are clean and well maintained, staff is friendly and helpful (gave me an early check in). Housekeeping accommodated my request for late maid service (after 3:30pm). Breakfast was very good for a "self service" type of offering. I liked that I could go for a walk around the area (business/hotel park) on sidewalks and felt safe. Many restaurants from fast to moderate to upscale within short drive or walking. I have tried several hotel in this area and this is my choice for future stays. Love that pool is indoor/outdoor..

    « Nice hotel »

Friendly staff, good breakfast. Facility is nice and clean. Rooms are newly redone and lovely. Nice linens. Close enough to activities and sights in Nashville. A bit noisy when the flights start leaving from the airport at 6 am!!

« Very good hotel for visit to Nashville »

Hotel is located 5 mins from Nashville airport and 15 min from downtown Nashville. Local shuttle service can be pre booked to pick up/drop off at airport and also to get to downtown Nashville. $10 return trip to downtown and runs until 2.30 am which is excellent. Hotel recently refurbished to a high standard with very clean comfortable rooms, queen beds, good bathroom. Rooms have fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Complimentary coffee also available from machine in lobby. Breakfast is included in the price and has a really good selection available including waffles, eggs, bacon, cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries. Definitely would recommend this hotel if you are thinking of a trip to Nashville and do not want to pay downtown hotel prices.

    « Great facility »

Good location, very nice, accommodating, clean room, friendly and helpful front desk personnel, great breakfast area and delicious food. Though did not use the pool, was neat, indoor flowed to outdoors. Close to an excellent restaurant. Good parking area. Yes, would stay there again.

    « One Night »

We stayed here one night before flying out the next day and had a nice stay. They have a free shuttle to the airport and there is a shuttle that will take you downtown for $10 per person round trip which is very convenient. It is run by Monarch and runs every hour. There is free hot breakfast that runs until 9:00 am on weekdays. I wish it would have run until 10:00 am like other hotels we visited while on vacation. All in all it was a good hotel and we would stay here again.

« One of the cleanest and nicest places to stay »

This location is AMAZING. So clean, so comfortable and the plus side? it is only 3 minutes from the airport with a 4:30am shuttle. Will definitely be choosing this place on any business trip I have to make in the future.

    « Labor Day Trip »

All hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet, clean, and bed was comfy. Hotel is very convenient to airport. Has free shuttle to and from airport. Hotel also has van access for downtown area(Broadway). Fee is $10 round trip per person. Very worth the $10. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

    « Great Place »

Nice hotel very clean and updated. Friendly staff Joy was awesome she told us places to eat and how to get to many locations. Quick check in. Great price. Had indoor/outdoor pool never saw that before. Breakfast was good hot/cold choices change it up each day. I would recommend staying here it is a great hotel in a quite area with shuttles and food with in walking distance and a Kmart for other needs. Won't be disappointed it's very nice and a good rate..

    « 2 Nights in Nashville »

Overall the hotel was very nice. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we were enjoying our stay and greeted us every time we entered or left the building. They even called up to our room to check on us after a few hours. It is apparent that they have just completed a renovation and some areas they are still working on, however, it did not affect us in any way. The room did have a bit of a damp feeling to it, so the AC system must still be an old system. We did have one major issue with the shuttle back to the airport. We waiting nearly 1 hr for the shuttle driver to arrive, despite several calls from the front desk lady. We then had to rush through the airport and were cutting it close to board our flight. So just be may not want to depend on the complimentary shuttle to/from the airport.

    « Great Stay »

This hotel had comfy room, clean, good typical hotel breakfast. The location is super close to everything. The price is inline with others in the area, and it's was a great stay. The sink & tub drained and the water pressure was good.

    « Pretty good »

Stayed at this location for three nights. We found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient being five minutes from airport and fifteen to downtown. The hotel is clean and updated. You did hear some airplane traffic but with the ac on it wasn't bad. The room was a bit smaller than I was anticipating but it did the trick for what we needed. My only real complaint was that the mattress was very firm. I was quite uncomfortable but my husband slept great, so this is more personal preference.

    « Great Place »

This hotel was great. The staff was very nice, The breakfast food was hot and fresh. The location is near the airport and we were not bother by the any noise from the planes, You are less then the 10 minutes to the Opry or to downtown.,

    « great stay »

We came to Nashville Best Western Plus for my pre-birthday getaway and LaborDay wkend. The front desk clerk was very nice . We originally set it up for a 2night stay, but decided to stay another night. That's how great this hotel was. A great location, close to everything. Had a blast and will definitly be back.

    « fantastic hotel »

I stayed here for two nights in August. This place was so clean, and beautifully decorated. It was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. They have a great pool for families. They are also conveniently located to the airport and several restaurants and stores. While staying there, one of my kids was sick, and several of the staff went out of their way to be helpful in my situation. This is just an overall great property with employees who take pride in what they are doing. This is definitely the place to stay!

    « Awesome »

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 3 nights and it was wonderful. We drove from Michigan and got there around 12pm and they allowed us to check in 3 hours early. Breakfast was great and the pool was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

    « Great customer service. »

We were so impressed with the cleanliness throughout the Hotel and the grounds. Loved the pride you showed in maintaining everything so beautifully. We were so thankful for the excellent customer service we received. The location was perfect for getting around and there were instant rides available to take us everywhere we wanted to go. Thank you so much for your great hospitality you truly were the best! Jodie

« Clean, reasonable price, comfortable »

Stayed here for three nights during a trip to Nashville. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is reasonably newer, having been rebuilt. There was some AC water leakage on the floor near the AC that extended out about three feet. Other than that everything was great, clean rooms, good working AC and an impressive breakfast buffet that was fully stocked.

    « Vacation »

the Hotel Staff was extremely friendly, we rode our motorcycles and the staff was very helpful in parking, the rooms were amazing, reserved the Executive King Suites, facilities were wonderful , shuttle service offered to Music Row, Staff on the Shuttle bus was funny and happy to see you,

« Stay for the night »

The hotel staff was extremely helpful with additional items we requested for the stay of just one night. The hotel was clean, the pool was clean, it was a quiet peaceful rest. We only stayed one night, but it was a pleasant stay.

    « Decent Accomodations »

Nice hotel better than average breakfast good location near shopping and airport. Parking can be a bit of a challenge if you out late. Staff is very courteous and the beds are comfortable. Good variety of cable TV options when the weather is not so good

« Looking for a Park and Fly Hotel - Look No Further »

This hotel is fantastic! It is a very stylish and updated hotel that offers exceptional front desk service, a good complimentary breakfast, 24 hour coffee and tea, a fitness room, outdoor/indoor pool, complimentary shuttle to and from airport (a quick 10-15 minute drive), and the best part .... an extremely affordable Park and Fly plan for just $5.00 a day. That's right .. $5.00 a day and you can you leave your car at the hotel while you are away in their well lit and security camera monitored parking lot. When you return just call the hotel from the airport and they will send a shuttle over to pick you up and bring you back to your car and you are on your way. The rooms are comfortable. We had two queen beds they were comfy and the bedding was crisp and clean. The room also had a small frig and coffee maker. It is conveniently located off of Donnelson Ave where there is plenty of places to eat or shop for last minute items before your journey begins. I will stay at this hotel every time I am traveling from Nashville as I live two hours away. What a great way to travel well rested and stress free.

« It was nice and clean »

The staff was very friendly. My room was nice I had the King size bed. TV had a lot of options. It was close to the convention center that I needed to go to. Down side the access road is tore up good, with no signs of it being repaired, so getting in and out was rough at best. Positive was the fact there was several places close to eat at. I ate at the Shoneys that was close by. I would stay again. It is great price for those on a budget.

    « Newly remodeled »

We have just started to stay at Best Western Plus hotels. We only stay if it is a plus. Most have been clean, good bedding and friendly staff. This one met those qualities as well. Our only complaint was that the air conditioner was just not working. We got there late and just dealt with it rather than complain. The room also had a very musty smell which I think was attributed to the air not working correctly.

« Only reason this doesn't get a 5 is for the staff! »

The place is awesome... Recently renovated and really retro feel. But the staff really need customer service skills! I called and phone rang and rang and rang then it picked up and hung up!! I called back and was put on hold (this was around 330 so I'm sure people were checking in and it was busy) Then employees were eating in the breakfast area which is fine but they mostly ignored me when I walked by.. One how are you doing so I turned around and she made it clear she wasn't talking to me but another male worker that walked by. Guess I should have known lol we don't ever get room cleaned unless it's every 2 or 3 days, I just straightened up my self and take garbage to one of ladies in the hall. (White girl short hair). I being me was all friendly asking her where I could put this and how she was and she just stared at me like I had a 3rd eye and took it out of my hands completely ignoring me. I will stay again though because the place is convenient and very nice. But I will write reviews about the staff each time and maybe they will get better? Being in the hotel management for years I know how much a pain some guest can be at times (I'm sure they get some doozys here) but my personality is very friendly and respectful to everyone and there is no since in bad hospitality when u have a guest like me. Oh and though the 2nd shift lady did hang up on me she did have a smile every time I seen her after I checked in.

« Best Hotel for the money in Nashville »

This hotel has only been a Best Western since February 2016, and the job they did remodeling it was fantastic. Everything from the exterior to the rooms, to the lobby are just about perfect. In talking to the staff, they all seemed proud of where they worked, and for good reason. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We stay in Nashville every year, and it was so nice to find a hotel as clean and such a good value. The true test will be if they can keep it up over the long run. I sure hope they do, and will definitely stay here over and over, and recommend it to everyone.

« Will return if in Nashville again »

What a great hotel! Friendly staff! Great decor that is modern but still sticks with the Nashville feel. We loved the indoor/outdoor pool. Our room was tastefully decorated and a neat layout (king suite). Only negative I can think of is that the breakfast area didn't fit everyone. We had to stand around to wait for a table to open up, otherwise breakfast had a good variety and I felt I could eat healthy. I will definitely stay here again if back in Nashville!

    « My Stay »

I was very pleased at the appearance and overall quality service given to me an my wife during our stay. We were treated exceptionally well! The price was very affordable. The breakfasts served were awesome! I would recommend this BW Hotel to everyone! It is easily accessible to downtown Nashville and it is located near many restaurants.

    « LOVED! »

I waited until the day of a Concert in Nashville to book our Hotel. The price was very reasonable. The room was immaculate and very spacious! They have free hot breakfast and FREE coffee in the lobby, which I love! The sheets and pillows were so soft and comfy. Best of all, 12:00 noon check out! I would highly recommend this Hotel!

« All equipment in working order. »

This hotel is newly renovated and very clean. Water pressure was good, drains worked well, air conditioner was quiet and thermostatically controlled. Lights were bright enough to read by and it has ample, easy to get to plug ins for all the devices we need to charge each night (phone, tablet, camera, etc).Location is near airport and freeway but soundproof enough to block any noise. Staff was courteous and efficient.

    « Late Check In »

While driving into Nashville I booked a night here through and when we arrived and tried to check in the dates they had in the system were not correct. gave us a hard time with changing the dates back for tonight and when they finally said they would they were charging an additional 80 something dollars. We had been on the road for about 13 1/2 hours and all we wanted to do is get some rest. The hotel agreed to cancel (since the date in their system was not for another 2 weeks) and when the wonderful young lady at the front desk saw all the trouble we were going through she helped and got us booked in and made everything such a breeze. What was starting to feel was going to be an awful end to our night ended great! Upon entering the room it smelled great. It was very clean and was beyond what was expected. Great customer service!

« Nice, clean, and a great deal! »

This was a nice hotel. The shuttle to downtown was only 10 bucks roundtrip and super convenient. Property was clean. Pool was nice. Weight room was adequate. Would definitely stay again! The front desk employees were nice and helpful as well.

    « Very Pleasant »

This is a nice hotel with nice rooms and very convenient location close to the airport. The room was nice and clean. Shower was clean and the soap, shampoo, and towels were good. My room had a refrigerator in it. The cooling system worked well considering it was 90 Degrees plus both days I was there. In addition the tv was in good working order with a descent selection of channels. This would be a great place for a couple days and the price is very could compared to comparable hotels throughout Nashville

    « Totally Awesome Stay!!! »

This is not the traditional Best Western that our parents took us to as a child in the 1970's and 80s. This hotel was simply amazing, from the outer exterior to the interior. It is very rare, but I literally have nothing bad to say about our stay at this hotel. EVER need was met. I didn't even have to clean the bathroom before using it. The bed was soooooo comfortable. The Entire hotel was CLEAN!! We are coming back to Nashville for our daughter's wedding in November. This will definitely be the hotel that we choose to accommodate us and the wedding guests!!! We loved, loved, loved it!!

« Very clean and friendly »

We stayed here with a large group attending the Battle at the Boro basketball tournament. Our rooms were available for early checkin by the friendly staff and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Always greeted by any staff member with a smile. Extremely convenient to the airport and close to shopping and dining options. Highly recommend this location.

    « Very nice hotel »

I stayed at the hotel in April after it had been renovated and I must say I'm more and more impressed with the Best Western chain with each hotel I stay at. This hotel was very nice, the décor was modern and lovely. Breakfast was good, both quality and options. We had a quiet stay, and the ladies at the front desk were super helpful. Also, this is the perfect place to stay if you have kids or a husband that loves to watch the planes land and take off. Every few minutes one would fly by, you could hear them but it wasn't so loud that it caused any problems. One thing I wasn't really a fan of was the shuttle service. We took the shuttle into town and it isn't a hotel shuttle, it's a company I guess they contract with, anyway, it costs $30 for us to be dropped off in town and be brought back to the hotel. That seemed a little expensive to me.

« Great hotel at a great price »

I stayed at this hotel over 4th of July weekend and it was a pleasant stay. It has been newly renovated and is very nice and clean. The ladies working the front desk were very friendly as well. There was some noise disturbances but it was due to noisy people also staying at the hotel. The hotel staff was quick to take care of that though. This Best Western is above what you would normally expect from a Best Western hotel. The rooms were spotless, beds and pillows very comfy, and it was all updated so nicely. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel if you like a nice, safe, clean place to stay without breaking your wallet.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night on a roadtrip around Kentucky/Tennessee in July. This was our FAVORITE hotel of the entire trip. The lobby was beautiful. The staff was helpful. The room was spacious and clean and there was free wi-fi. We will definitely be staying here again!

« Great time in a FUN city »

We had a great time in Nashville. We stayed at the Best Western Plus out by the airport. This is a recently renovated hotel done to perfection. The grounds, lobby, guest rooms, breakfast room everything is redone, nice. The staff are excellent and went out of their way to be sure that our stay was great. There is a shuttle available which takes you downtown where the action is for $10.00/person return. I would highly recommend this motel for your Nashville stay.

    « Disgusting housecleaning »

Showed up late and night and tired from a long job, showered and pulled back the covers only to find the previous occupants hair and fluids. Horrified I called front desk and hotel was at full capacity. The desk clerk, who was lovely and new (it was her 2nd day working there) brought new sheets and helped me change the bed. But after seeing that it was hard to get comfortable.

« Great Employees at this Hotel »

The fact that this hotel was recently renovated was a huge plus. However, that's not the real reason this is a great hotel. The employees make it great! Every employee we met was extremely nice, happy and helpful. One gentleman in particular was Kenny in the breakfast area. (I'm horrible about remembering names but I believe that was his name) Very engaging and upbeat gentleman. If you're not in a good mood before you meet him you certainly will be after you meet him! Even though the hotel is a slight drive from all that Nashville has to offer it is well worth the stay. Again, newly renovated, modern and the staff is fantastic.

« Recent stay at BestWestern Plus Nashville Airport »

We stayed here just last week for one night for a concert at the Nashville Symphony center downtown (Schermerhorn Symphony Center). Very nice hotel and much cheaper than most of the hotels downtown. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The indoor/outdoor pool is very nice, even though we forgot our pool attire. Next time, we won't forget! One of the very cool amenities they offer, is a shuttle that takes you to the action downtown for $10/person round trip! Just don't miss the bus coming back! Way better than a $20 cab ride one way. They also provide a free shuttle to the Nashville Airport, which is literally 5 minutes away, and back starting at 5:30 am! Who can't like that? We will definitely stay there again.

    « Enjoyable Stay. »

Our experience at this hotel was very good. It is appealing from the second you walk in the front entrance. The ladies at front desk were very pleasant and helpful, the breakfast was satisfactory, the pool was clean and enjoyable and the room was clean and attractive. The bed was firm, but comfortable. A/C worked very well. We took the shuttle to downtown Nashville and it was on time and convenient. Well worth the $10 round trip charge. My only complaint is that walls seem to be very, very thin which caused a night of poor sleep due to much activity in the hallways. The plumbing from neighboring rooms could be heard as well. I'd consider bringing or asking for earplugs. Ok, I have one other complaint.....the shower heads are very low-flow. This is an issue if you have thick hair!

« Pleasant staff, clean rooms »

This hotel has a coupon on "" but the hotel was not able to honor it since we already had made our reservation. The room was small but clean and updated, breakfast had a nice selection. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. They made arrangements for the shuttle to and from the airport, they also disclosed that the shuttle was a third party vendor that they were not in control of but every thing went fine with our trip. this hotel is much nicer than the average Best Western.

« Very nice hotel and location »

I stayed at this hotel for a week. The hotel was very clean, smelled nice, had a small but great pool and a small gym. The room I had was a perfect size. The bed was comfortable, everything was just right. Enough drawer space, the bathroom was a good size and everything was spotless. The breakfast was tasty and varied and plentiful. The staff were very polite and helpful. Also it was within walking distance of my work which was great. Highly recommend.

    « Nice, solid hotel »

Everything worked just as it should and just as advertised. Nice staff, nice room, good breakfast layout and food options. No surprises. It was refreshing to have things go and look as it is supposed to. Nice job. Will be back!

    « Beautiful renovation!! »

The maintenance man I ran into in the elevator told me that this is a renovation of an older property and I was stunned! It is slick and shiny and looks totally brand new. Rooms are large, well-appointed, and fully stocked with the basic needs of a guest. We "suffered" NO airport noise although the airport is quite near! Staff friendly and helpful and accommodating - and we arrived well before the "legal" check-in time. Highly recommend this property.

    « Will Stay Again! »

I was passing through Nashville and needed a place stay. The hotel had a fair price and good reviews. I am so glad I chose Best Western and I will plan to stay there in the future. The girl at the desk when I checked in was very pleasant and helpful. The room smelled great and was very clean. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in Nashville.

    « Not bad. »

Staff was very friendly. Elevator broke but was fixed very promptly. Continental breakfast wasn't great. Bacon was placed out raw. pool area was good. Had both indoor/outdoor pool. Very close to airport but didn't hear planes. Not close to everything but also no more than a 20 minute drive to get you about anywhere you want to visit.

« Doctor appointment and ended up at CMT awards!! »

Loved this hotel. Great breakfast. Wanted to try the pool, but ran out of time. Room was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Elevator is a little slow, but it's ok. We went to the CMT awards and the lady at the front desk called a shuttle for us and we were able to get around town without driving ourselves.

« Great hotel, great price! »

We usually stay in Mt. Juliet when we visit Nashville because the prices are a little cheaper, but found this Best Western on TripAdvisor. It was very clean - which is what I am always most concerned about - and updated, more on the level of a Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express than what I usually think of a Best Western being. The bathroom was a little small, and our air conditioner was not extremely cool (however, it was close to 90 degrees both days we were there), but those were our only complaints. The breakfast was really nice, with sausage, eggs, biscuits, etc. and not just cereal and juice. The wireless Internet worked fine. The hotel is located on the same exit as the airport, but noise was not a problem. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel has been recently remodeled, and in fact still is in the process of havng work done. IMHO there's a lot to be done. Room we stayed in was small, difficult to use a walker in. "Heated" pool, wasn't.

    « Sleep & Fly before Hawaii »

The room was satisfactory for pulling in at 11pm and flying out the next morning for an early cross-country flight. My Biggest complaint was that the "airport shuttle" was great on the way TO the airport, however as we tried to get back to our car (that we paid to park at this hotel) we had to call the hotel to request the shuttle come pick us up...after waiting 20 minutes for it to circle. When I contacted the hotel they stated it was "on request basis" only...but they would send it right over. The hotel is literally 10 minutes from the after 20 MORE minutes of waiting I called back to find out the ETA of the shuttle...they told me it was coming from the downtown area (on a Friday night of a holiday weekend..yikes!) But would be there as soon as it could. Really?? That would have been nice to know before waiting 40 minutes for my "free ride"...which, in my tired, post-22 hour flight haze...turned into a $25 uber ride instead. Should have know: No such thing as a free ride!

    « Very nice BW. »

This is a BW undergoing a remodel, but is still a very nicely done motel. Great breakfast area (well appointed) and lobby is comfortable. Pool is a combo indoor/outdoor which makes it available on cooler days.

    « Almost perfect »

The hotel had nice, clean, comfortable room and a good selection of food for breakfast. They had a pool and fitness center available but since I was there for the marathon, that didn't get used. There were restaurants and stores nearby and shuttle service available to get a ride into town. There was a fee but worth the convenience and no more than parking would cost.

    « Great stay! »

We stayed in for 1 week and at that time it was BNA Hotel yet. Fantastic stay, confy, quiet, free parking and free wi-fi close to the airport. Easy access and friendly staff. Now it seems way better after the change to Best Western!

« Great stay for an early morning flight. »

After a trip to Murfreesboro we wanted somewhere to stay that was close to the airport as we had an early morning flight. This fit the bill perfectly it was literally 1 minute away. The hotel was very clean from the lobby to the breakfast area and the room. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars was because the photos of the room was a bit misleading...If we are travelling with one of the older kids we like to have private spaces and the wall with the large opening did nothing to separate the space...the pictures made it seem like there was a door.

    « Dissatisfied »

Wouldn't stay here again! 2yr old broke a dish in lobby and I did the right thing sought out attendant that was sitting in office unaware and offered to pay for it. They call me 2 days later and charge me $120 for the plate you could find at any Homegoods for $20 or less! I could have walked away since no one was around and this is how they repay honesty!

    « Enjoyable Stay »

The staff was friendly and informed me at check in of all the amenities the hotel offered. The Lobby was welcoming and the room was clean and relaxing. Very nice stay. The hotel was convenient to restaurants and my meeting location.

« Nice, clean, good value for money »

Went to this hotel after rejecting the unsanitary Days Inn across the street. In contrast to that pigpen, this hotel was clean, bright, and nice, with friendly staff and an excellent breakfast the next day. If you need a hotel near the Nashville airport, this is the one to use.

    « 100% »

Had a great stay, room was everything you needed, bed was very comfortable and had v good WiFi to use. Staff were friendly andv ery helpful with anything I needed, would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

    « Cold pool »

Breakfast is not the best but ok. The rooms are large and comfortable. Not alot of space for soap and things in the bathroom but ok. Coffee and tea in each room and in the lobby. The indoor swimming pool is cold and small.

    « Weekend trip »

I am actually sitting in my room writing this review about to check out. First off, the hotel is beautiful as soon as you walk in, the staff is just as beautiful with their friendly smiles and willingness to help. We stayed in the executive king suite and had plenty of room and it was lovely as well. Nice and updated. Now the breakfast was one of the best ones I've ever had at a hotel. Tons of really good options to choose from. There was ALOT of people staying at the hotel and eating breakfast at the same time but you would never have know if because they did an amazing job with keeping it stocked with food. The indoor pool was freezing, but besides that! We didn't want to leave because it was that wonderful!

    « Huge room!! »

We stayed on the first floor and we had a much larger room than we would have ever expected. Everything was clean. The only trouble we encountered was fellow working the desk during the night was difficult to get as he was sleeping and he was rude to my husband.

    « Amazing Stay!! »

This is the nicest Best Western hotel that I'd ever booked! Don't let the name fool you, this is a recently renewed hotel, it is really nice, clean, the beds are comfortable and a great size. The room is spacious, and the layout is great. The staff is friendly and they are really flexible. The price was great you get more than what you paid for. I will definitely come back! They have restaurants and gas stations nearby, all in a walk in distance. The breakfast is good and with plently of choices. Great job Best Western!

    « Very nice »

Place was great! Was very impressed with the design of our room. I would recommend this place to friends and would stay here again anytime! I really loved the kitchenette area and the cool angles in the room. I used the fitness center and that was fine- TV went out while there but there was some electrical issue that management was made aware of.

« Great place to stay »

The rooms are newly remodeled and very nice. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good enough for being a free breakfast. Overall though, highly recommended. The shuttle that runs to town and back was a nice surprise and cheaper than parking downtown.

« Excellent place to stage outside of Nashville »

2 day vacation visiting family and seeing sights in Nashville. Conveniently located to Opry land, close to downtown, and has plenty of good places to eat locally. Morning breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.

    « plesant surprise »

I traveled to Nashville and was told to stay with BW, this was the best possible choice I could have made. Indoor pool, clear, well kept suites, and very, very pleasant staff. I would recommend this hotel for travel for business or pleasure. I would especially for families.

« Comfort and good location »

When I walked in I thought I was at a Marriott. It was renovated just a month earlier. I would stay ther again. The bed was comfortable and price wa fair. Close enough to everything I needed. Easy to get on hwys.

    « Excellent Stay »

We were only here for one night while waiting for a flight to California. The motel staff is very friendly and accommodating, the rooms clean, and the shuttle service to the airport was very good. We left our car in the parking lot while away for a week and the staff took very good care of it.

    « Value for money »

You can pay a lot more for a hotel in the same general area and not get much more than you are going to get here. Free parking. Pool. Really great breakfast. Can't stress that enough. Darn good eats there in the morning. Friendly staff, for the most part.

    « Excellent Hotel »

Recently renovated. Everything was great, down to the friendly staff. Within walking distances to good restaurants and a Kmart. Staff was very helpful with questions and concerns. Internet was easily accessible.

    « Wonderful ! »

This is a first rate establishment! Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and a GREAT value! The lobby, hallways, and room look recently updated. The shuttle was on time, with helpful, and courteous driver! We were looking for just such a hotel at minimal cost for our one night stay. We will stay here again!

« sparkling gem not discovered (yet) »

This property raised the Best Western flag two days before our arrival. It was tricky to find only because the Best Western sign has not yet placed the BNA sign, but that will happen soon. We followed the trusty iPhone and quickly found the Best Western on the building itself. This is a totally renovated property that has just come into the Best Western family. It promises to be one of the best if they keep performing as they did on day 3 and 4. It is convenient to the Nashville airport, which means you hear airplanes, but that's part of the deal when you book an airport hotel. Don't complain about that, folks!

« BW BNA hotel in Nashville »

Excellent hotel, had all the amenities and a lovely king suite with very comfortable bed and 2 tv's. Staff very friendly and helpful, good breakfast. Location right near highway for easy access to downtown and Opryland.

« Quiet, conveniently located hotel at a good price »

We stayed at the BNA Hotel in Nashville prior to a morning flight. We were pleasantly surprised when our mid priced room turned out to be quite nice. The room was divided into two sleeping areas that were reasonably separated by a low wall. My husband and I had a king size bed and our daughter slept on a sleeper sofa. The bed was comfortable and the sleeper sofa was not too bad. We would recommend it for young people or children. Older travelers should probably insist on a real bed. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. The hotel seems to be transitioning to a Best Western. The room we stayed in was fresh and clean and our stay was reasonably quiet. We were given a room across the hall from the elevator. We were awakened a couple of times by the "ding" of the elevator arriving on our floor. Otherwise, the room was very quiet. Ask for a room further down the hall.

    « Excellent value - great stay! »

For $88 a night, I didn't expect much...I am very pleasantly surprised! This hotel has been very tastefully updated and is so clean and cozy. There is a closet in our room, nice living area with a pull-out sofa, and a mini fridge and microwave. Excellent value for a Nashville weekend! They offer shuttle service to downtown for $10 per person round trip and they run every hour. This is our new favorite place to stay!

« Great place for a night or two »

I was a little worried about staying here after I booked it because of some of the reviews I was seeing. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. When I arrived at the airport I called the hotel to have the shuttle pick me up. By the time I reached the pick up area I waited maybe 45 seconds and the van pulled up. The hotel is very close to the airport. Check in was fine, staff was very friendly. Read a lot of reviews about the remodeling that was going on. Looks like it's complete now because I didn't see any. Couple of negatives but nothing that would stop me from coming back were, the free breakfast only went until 9:00am. Most places go to 10. It was good though, they had plenty of options. The dark shades in the room would not close all the way. Would be good to have a snap or some velcro on there so you can shut out the light. Garbage truck came at 6am right outside my window. Very loud. It rained during the night and the rain was dripping down my window making a very loud and torturous noise all night. Not sure if there was something wrong with the roof or the overhang of the building? Overall not a bad place for a night or two. Any longer than that and I would look elsewhere.

    « Clean & Comfortable »

I stayed at the BNA Hotel as I was driving through Nashville at the end of a long road trip. I was sceptical about staying but the price was right. Was surprised to find out that it was a former Marriott Fairmont Suites. It was clean and the rooms very comfortable. The property needed some decorating which I believe that they were in the process of doing. The young man at the desk was very friendly. This hotel is close to the airport, but I didn't see a shuttle. Just up the road within walking distance there are good places to eat for not a lot of money.
