Great stay amazing restaurant food is delicious especially street tacos and Carmel filled churros would highly recommend would stay again. Wonderful staff. I travelled for work and hotel is super accommodating.

Gorgeous hotel and very nice lounge. Our room was immaculate, bed was incredibly comfortable, very quiet and the walk-in shower was an awesome feature. We stayed here for only one night on our way through, but would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

A legitimate Best Western coupon was ignored by the front desk staff and only after our customer special efforts was proper credit applied to our billing. Of a three-night stay, we had open parking only on one night. The other two nights we had to wait for spaces to open up (up to 40 minutes delay). The adjacent convention center used all the parking and the surrounding neighborhood parking also. The front desk as incapable and unhelpful.

Always clean and accommodating. I appreciate the quick service and they provide rooms where you can bring your pets. Quiet overall and the breakfast has nice variety. Plenty of parking and close enough to I84

Modern hotel with desired amenities. Clean and well kept property, quiet rooms, comfortable bed, excellent free breakfast. Convenient to freeway and local sites. Our first choice place to stay on visits to the Treasure Valley in Idaho.

Buyer Beware!! If you love hard pillows, thin towels, weak coffee, and staff that is unable/unwilling to address customer issues you will love this place. Be warned that they will charge you per hour if check in early even if they have a room ready and waiting. This is NOT standard hotel procedure and takes advantage of the customer. Very disappointing.

This is a modern, quiet Best Western that I really enjoyed staying at. I am a Diamond member and stay at a lot of BW properties. This is one of the nicest. You don't necessarily expect a BW this nice in Nampa but I would not hesitate to recommend. They also have a restaurant if you didn't have time to stop anywhere. It is located on the outskirts of a nice neighborhood as well. Check it out!

I never stayed in a Best Western Plus before and probably would not have except hotel accommodations in Boise Idaho are limited. I would highly recommend that anyone traveling to Boise to take advantage of the stay and accommodations at this hotel.

This hotel is somewhat difficult to get in to. Parking is limited. When we were there we waited for someone to come to the main desk and check us in. When they did, they were neither vey friendly or welcoming. It was all very formal and stiff. Part of the problem is that it seemed like there was only two individuals working at the hotel.

Location is great and the staff is amazing. Great for business or pleasure. Very quiet and restful with all the amenities you will need. It is close to restaurants, fast food, taco stands and gasoline stations. We will be back to stay again.

Great location centrally located in Nampa - close to freeway but in a quiet well established neighborhood. I come once a month for business and this is the only place I stay. Little workout area with pool and hot tub, nice to relax at the end of my meetings. Also one of the best complementary breakfast bars. If you're going to stay in Nampa this is the only place i'd stay.

The following issues degraded our overall experience: The 4pm check-in time (most properties are 3pm) and early bird check-in fees; exclusive use of text messaging for communications with hotel staff; common areas that were messy with overflowing trash cans; shared parking with the adjacent convention center made finding parking difficult; and cheap/economy quality linens and pillows. Also, there was inadequate staffing and table capacity to accommodate the breakfast service.

Family road trip in our new Transit Van after a long drive we needed a clean safe location to rest. The Best Western in Nampa provided all of the above. We rented 2 rooms and received a great rate. I would stay again if I was in the area

Daily housemaid service only if requested, yet no alert made upon registration that this would be necessary to have your room cleaned. Unannounced $20-25 "incidentals" fee attached to bill upon registration, although refunded upon checkout. Breakfast was adequate but crowded. Pretty expensive rack rate for a little town in rural Idaho.

The hotel is beautifully maintained, staff is professional and courteous. Will be our go to place to stay in future visits. Have recommended to our business associate for her other clients lodging is needed.

For anyone participating in an event at the Nampa Civic Center you can't beat the convenience of the Best Western Inn. A quick walk across the parking lot. Clean, spacious rooms. Great breakfast choices.

The beds were very comfortable and the room clean. It was very quiet too. We enjoyed the full breakfast, including scrambled eggs and breakfast meat. The indoor pool was a little too cool for us but the hot tub was great. We had a very enjoyable stay.

If I could rate a zero I would! This was the worst experience I have ever had and the worst staff I have ever encountered! The staff literally gave our room away why we were out to dinner and deactivated our key cards. On top of that let the family stay in our room with our belongings until they got booked another room. Staff stated they would be in to clean our room and give us new bedding, well that never happened. I was told four different times by four different staff members I would be contacted by a manager, well that never happened. I had to re explain what happened to us all four times with still no management contacting me back. I was also told by two of the staff members I would be getting a full refund. Finally after getting in touch with a manager she was rude and unapologetic for what had happened to us and literally would only refund us $49. Unbelievable!!

The email for our reservation said that check-in time is 3pm, arrived shortly before 4pm and was told by the girl at the front desk that there are no clean rooms and she was not sure when there will be any clean rooms. I said if I come back at 4pm; would there be any clean rooms and she said she was not sure, and it might not be ready for another 30 minutes, but again, she was unsure. 1st UGH! I called corporate to report them. Corporate said they cannot do anything about it because each hotel is individually owned. 2nd UGH! We finally got checked in at 4:30pm, walked into room 112, it was FILTHY, smelled horrible, and had to go back to the front desk get a DIFFERENT room!!!! 3rd UGH! Lexie at the front desk said the girl that is supposed to notify her when a room is clean and ready for check-in doesn't do her job, sits in the dirty hotel rooms texting, and didn't do her job. 4th UGH! Absolutely horrible experience! Steer clear of this location! I have been using Best Western for over 20 years and NEVER had anything like this happen before!!! A COMPLETE UGH!!!

Bed quality not up to par. Front desk attendant didnt come for over 10 min and answered call while checking us in with no smile or customer service. Breakfast eggs were gone and we ate before they were back. Beautiful place but not that great of stay.

While traveling home from Portland it was getting late so we made a last minute reservation and we could not have been luckier. This hotel was excellent, very clean and secure with fantastic employees. I would highly recommend it and have it on our list for future stays!

It's modern decor and comfortable ammenities made it feel good just to be there. Breakfast was great and the provided toiletries were above average. I wish they offered the lotion for sale, it was that good. My only issue was noisy neighbors and that can happen anywhere.

The rooms are nice but a little sterile feeling. Check in was a breeze. Check out not so much. I think the young lady was new and really did not know what she was doing. The breakfast was good and an adequate selection. The location is good. I like some in the Boise area better but this is a descent choice.

Clean facility, exceptionally clean, comfortable room, love the bar/cafe on site. Welcome amenity after a long drive. Never had a cold beer taste so good! Breakfast is real food! It's not microwave warmed and there are many different choices. Felt safe in the neighborhood.

first night, neighbor must have been partying, started at 11pm, had to call front desk at 130am, did not stop till 4am, sounded like a bordello. Second night was great, Third night not as bad as first, late night partying, did not get quiet till 230am. Rooms were clean, issue was not with room but thin walls and what we had to listen to for most of our stay.

I always stay at this hotel when working in Western Idaho. The location is convenient, safe, and comfortable. The food in the bar is Decent and the menu hasn't changed in 4 years. The check in desk is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are up to date and beds are comfortable. There's local shopping nearby and lots of parking.

We were only in Nampa for one night and I'm glad we chose the Best Western Peppertree Civic Center Inn. The people were friendly and efficient. The room was flawless and quiet. If there was one thing that stands out in my mind it was the breakfast. We've stayed in more than 100-150 nights in Best Westerns in the past couple of years and I can tell you I've never had a better breakfast. The scrambled eggs were perfect as was the coffee. I can't think of anything that was wrong with it. We don't ever use the pool, exercise room, or even the television so I can't say how those things are. The internet was fine. One question on the service was "Does this hotel follow Green practices? I don't know but I hope not.

We spent an hour on the phone trying to get in touch with hotel staff for directions as we were lost. We had to stop at a competing hotel to get directions. Once there, hotel staff was hard to locate and rude.

This hotel was modern and very clean, with spacious rooms. The bathroom was spacious and modern as well. The breakfast was exceptionally good, and well presented. My only disappointment was that the sheets were so old and thin - though the bed was very comfortable. I would stay there again if traveling through the area.

I work for a church in the area and we had a man stop by asking for help June 23rd, 2022. He asked that we cover a hotel room for him for one night. We called and set up a reservation with Best Western Plus Peppertree Nampa Civic Center Inn (205 3rd St. S., Nampa, ID 83651) and provided the church debit card to cover one night. I also clearly stated that another card would be needed for any additional charges (including incidentals). Apparently, the man did not provide another card, but paid cash for incidentals instead. This is where the problem arose. This man ended up staying a second night, and since he didn't provide a payment card - the church's was the only one on file, thus we were charged for a second night. I'm upset because I was clear when making the reservation that we were only covering one night, and any additional charges need to be charged to this man, but that did not happen. After presenting the problem to the hotel staff I was told I would receive a call back that same day (June 30th, 2022). I received no call or communication from the hotel staff. I called back the next day (July 1st, 2022) and was told that the hotel policy was that card or cash could be used for incidentals, so they did nothing wrong. I understand that this is a rare occurrence, but I am very disappointed that there was no attempt to correct this situation. I also had to call back and make sure the church card was no longer associated with this man, so we would have no further surprise charges.

In general the hotel was fine, however the first night there was a strong perfume odor in our room ( confirmed by two other guests we asked if their room smelled like that, just to make sure). The front desk did give us a spray which helped some, however my friend and I felt dizzy and sick and were unable to stay. As the hotel was full we had to go to another for the night, which was almost twice as much. The staff will not give the one night refund (we stayed multiple after being able to switch rooms the next day),or even credit to another night stay at best western. The next day they said it was the cleaning products and it is against their policy to give refunds. However, as none of the two staff that night came up to smell the room with us, they also likely went against what I hope is policy to allow us to leave without even trying to determine if the smell was in fact their cleaning products or not. No one listened or came to verify. Or even really tried to talk with me about why they couldn't refund. Being just another person who doesn't matter enough for anyone to really take the time to try to help was more frustrating than anything. Expedia also attempted to talk with them and filled a complaint.

This hotel is a great place to stay. Not next to Highway so quite. Rooms are nice and they allow dogs. Breakfast was very good with eggs etc. will stay again when we come back to visit. 5 stars for sure.

Nice Best Western. Clean and comfortable rooms. Decent breakfast and a nice little bar with friendly service. Front desk personnel seemed to be trained improperly ascthey had trouble with e-card issued by B/W. Only the manager seemed to be able to handle them and the manager wasn't there.

Just a short distance off the freeway, a very nice modern, very clean hotel. There are a lot of places to dine, but be aware most are closed on Sunday. We ended up getting some takeout from Fred Meyer grocery store which is very close to hotel. Rooms are very spacious. No freezer in fridge. Microwave is located in common area on first floor. My second stay and will return.

This was a very nice hotel. We were hosting a celebration of life for our son at the Nampa civic center. The hotel worked with setting up rooms for our family and friends traveling from other states. The rooms were lovely. Very clean and modern. The front desk people were amazing. Polite, professional and KIND!!

Very clean comfortable safe hotel with an excellent breakfast. We enjoyed the comfortable pleasant room. Beds were comfortable and bathroom super clean. For this area the price is very good value. We will definitely use this facility again and would highly recommend it.

We spent three nights in this hotel. The staff was friendly and kind. They made us feel welcome. The room was spacious and clean. It was well stocked. One day we needed a couple clean towels. As requested we put the towels in the hall and they stocked the room with new towels and emptied the trash as a bonus.

This is a clean well run hotel. Prices have gone up considerably. Everyone is pleasant and help, it is nice to have a lounge and small restaurant in the hotel. They are very pet friendly and make it easy to bring your animal.

They never reimburse my credit card and the front desk states they would. I stay here before the front desk service was great this time it was horrible terrible Front desk service was terrible haven't gotten reimburse on credit card

The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and it was centrally located. The two negatives are that there were no luggage carts available and the parking was a challenge. I was there three nights and never saw a luggage cart. The front desk would keep saying that they were being used. It would stink for elderly people. Thank goodness I was able to make two or three trips to the car (I probably shouldn't have packed that much)

This is our second stay at this Best Western Plus and we were pleased once again. We don't travel often, but when we do we tend to look for a nearby Best Western Plus. We had a spacious, clean, and comfortable room with a comfortable bed. The breakfast is one of the reasons we chose BW+ and we enjoyed the full breakfast with several choices and clean serving and dining areas. The staf was friendly and helpful. We will stay here again the next time we need a hotel in the area.

Hotel is clean and close to our meeting place. Customer service was lacking and when brought up to Management was told we didn't have to stay there. I frequent Best Western but my last at this location. Bartender had no sense of urgency and was lacking customer service. Breakfast was almost empty and Luke warm - I'd skip it and go out.

Everything about this hotel was amazing, from the cleanliness of the property to the comfort of the room and the hot breakfast in the mornings. The employees were professional and helpful, checkout was easy, and the added touches, such as a text messages after our first night's stay to see how it was going, really made an impression. The Best Western was very clean and quiet. Loved the hotuband the pool. The breakfast was delicious with lots of different items to eat. They made sure all items were stocked and you could have your coffee and tea. Having a lounge at the hotel was pretty sweet.

The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good with lots of options. The staff was very helpful. The only thing I wished we had in the room was a microwave other than that everything was great. Will definitely stay again when we come for another visit.

The price was certainly reasonable and I received what I think was my money's worth. The check in and check out personnel were very polite, thorough and efficient. When my key did not work the first time, the check in staff person not only made a new key but followed me up to my room just to make sure that things worked that time, which they did. The hotel and room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional!

Day one of a multi-state road trip brought my brother and myself to the Best Western Plus Peppertree Nampa Civic Center Inn. We had a bit of a problem navigating to the correct driveway in the dark. Once we found the driveway every aspect of checking in went smoothly. The suite room was just right, comfortable, clean with enough room for all our gear. A hot breakfast was available in the breakfast room with a full menu. We were grateful for this option being available, as we knew that, with ever changing covid protocols, we could have been handed a sack breakfast. Recommend this motel.

I was very pleased with the appearance of the hotel. It wasn't splashy. By this I mean not a lot of ornate decorations out front. The lobby was very clean. As were the rooms. Multiple choices for breakfast was also a plus. Didn't have a chance to use the pool, hot tub or exercise room.

We really enjoyed our stay! Family friendly and dog friendly. Our only negatives--it was noisy at night and there was no hot water in the morning for showers. Must have been a full hotel for the holiday weekend. Overall, good experience. We would stay here again!

There seemed to be a team of people who made the building and our stay enjoyable. Perfect amenities for a few days of vacation time. Food choices were adequate. Swimming pool and hot tub were real nice.

There are some good features about this hotel (clean, good internet, decent breakfast, nice pool/spa area) but the bed was definitely the most uncomfortable bed I've slept in for several years. The bedding is also modest. The towels are thin. The walk-in shower leaks under the over-long shower curtain.

Another nice clean and friendly Best Western hotel-- Stayed only one night so can't do a really detailed review of the area, but we enjoyed the bar/restaurant at this hotel. Limited items to select due to covid-19 issues that all places are experiencing, but the fajitas we ordered were delicious. I was surprised there was no microwave in our room...

New property. Very clean and excellent breakfast. Pool and hot tub also clean and well maintained. During our stay they were out of bodywash and shampoo. I wish they had let us know ahead of time so we could have brought some along. Instead they just had a sign posted and no attempt, at least not offered, to give us an alternative. Perhaps they could have purchased some locally. I also asked in advance for 2 extra blankets for the bed. This was confirmed however it never happened. Not sure what went wrong with that request. Other than that we loved the hotel. I would stay there again and hope that the soap issues have been addressed by then. I would have rated the "Service" higher if the above items had been handled better.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus Peppertree Nampa at around the halfway point of our trip to Oregon to tour the Hell's Canyon Byway in Oregon. It's located about an hour from the border, just past Boise and a mile or so off the interstate. Its in an odd area. Not really run-down, but not great either. And though its fairly new looking, it doesn't look fully put together and landscaped. The parking lot is nice and large and pretty level. The hotel had only 1 luggage cart, so you might need to carry your luggage yourself through the lobby. We found it as advertised - pretty new. The front desk was nice and helpful in finding a local pizza joint. We checked in quickly. Our room was pretty good. The beds were pretty good. The pillows were those small ones that seem to move during the night - kind of round. I prefer full-sized pillows that will stay in one place. The bathroom was fine. Clean. Shower worked fine with hot water. The fridge worked well - nice and cold. Ice needed to be done at the front desk. No do-it-yourself. Breakfast was pretty good. Sausages and Eggs, and toast. Coffee was awful, both Decaf and regular. So a pretty good stay, though not perfect. We got on the road quickly and filled up at the gas station across the street

The hotel is conveniently located, clean, and well-appointed. Since my morning beverage of choice is Diet Coke, I loved that the little fridge was super cold! My husband missed CNN on TV, but I didn't care. I also liked the online check-in that let us go straight to our rooms.

We were charged twice, one from Priceline and the other from BW. Both cleared. The one from priceline is correct, then we were charged another $500 for the sane stay. It seems nobody can find anything about the charge of $500, but on my bank statement it says two debit card numbers. One is virtual card from BW and it also shows my card number too. BW cant find it anywhere. We are getting it investigated, but yet it still cleared from my bank. So right now im out of $500. This is the second time this has happened with BW

This property was right in town next to the civic center, not on the Freeway and that'sa plus!. Room was spacious, quiet and clean. Bed was comfortable and covid protocols were good. Parking was fine, but might be an issue if there's an event next door. Staff was polite and friendly. No complaints at all!

We've stayed there several times and have been pleased. I called to make a reservation for this time and was told the price for us would be $178.?? for one night!! We have never paid that much for my husband & I for one night. We are seniors and have AARP and the rewards program. I questioned the clerk and she said she would have her manager call me. I never got a call back!! Very unhappy about the whole thing. We make this trip twice a year and like being able to stay at the same hotel/motel.

This is a very nice hotel with very clean rooms. The ease of check-in and check-out is wonderful. They serve a full breakfast. Very friendly staff. It's close to places to eat, shopping, and gas stations.

New, clean, rooms are large and very comfortable. Plus the rooms were quiet. Breakfast was good and the staff were especially friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

It was comfortable. Night reception staff was very good. Bathroom was above average. Bed was comfortable and pillows were excellent. Snack bags for breakfast were very much appreciated. We stayed for proximity to the Warhawk museum. It was conveniently located

Enjoyed the easy check in and check out. Room was nice and clean. So close and convenient to Northwest Nazarene University plus close restaurants and other necessities. Enjoyed our stay will be back again.

The not-so-short & not-so-sweet: I had made a reservation online and have Elite status due to how many times I use Best Western. My payment card wasn't processing at check-in. I had just used it to get petrol, so it was working fine, but the front desk person kept looking at me and then my card. I had presented my ID, also. She insinuated that my card wasn't working, but when I asked what the merchant services machine was saying, she noted it said, "System". This should have indicated that it wasn't my card. Please note, I know computers and networks fail, but it was the attitude that it was my card(s) as at this point I had handed over a second card. At this point, they had tried another card reader, which also didn't work. Another front desk person came to assist the next person checking in. Surprise, their card wasn't working either. Because they had pre-paid (third party?) and allowed them to make a copy of their credit card, they were allowed in their room. Mind you, I enter my payment information online when I make my reservations, so it's not like they don't have my information, but it was assumed I would be fine with them making a copy of my Credit card and I was not asked. I told them I was not okay with them making a copy and I would wait while they come up with a temporary solution. I was told to have a seat as I continued to wait. It was not polite and at this point I was not offered an apology for the inconvenience or assurance that they would resolve the matter. Both these things would have gone a long way to make this less like treating me like I was the one that was inconvenient. I ended up leaving and returning 45 minutes later to see if I could get in my room yet. The problem wasn't resolved, but they finally let me check-in to my room. The customer service attitude problem continued the next morning when requesting my receipt. I was lectured that I can print it online (I didn't ask) and it would be better if I sign up for Best Western. I let her know I was already a member, but the lecture continued. I wanted a receipt to make sure they were able to bill me alright and because I was keeping track of my trip with the receipts. Short & Sweet: Customer service matters. Attitude matters. Treating customers as inconvenient is a deal breaker for me.

Myself and 2 teenage girls were on a road trip. When we arrived at Best Western I was immediately impressed with the entryway decor and cleanliness. The gal at the front desk was personable and fast at finding a room for us. The rate was fair for the season and phenomenal when I compared this hotel to others we had stayed. The room was clean, large and had a nice chair and footstool that I appreciated after driving all day. We were just passing through but after 2000 miles in 4 days this was just the breath of fresh air we needed. I was ecstatic when I found out there was a full breakfast. No other hotel had breakfast options for us. I will be staying again with Best Western.

Except for the moldy donut in the ice bucket, it was fine. They brought clean towels when we asked. The beds were nice. And, yes I could have dumped the donut myself but the point is I shouldn't have too!

The staff threatened excessive and unknown charges for a dog barking. It wasn't my dog and they didn't care. They would call and tell me later what they will charge. The only good thing was that they didn't charge me. But the constant unnecessary threats were too much.

No microwaves in room. Front desk staff ignored my wife standing in front of them. Disabled parking needs to be improved. Room was clean and nicely decorated, but the front desk person spoiled the stay.

The staff at the Best Western were helpful and went above and beyond to help make our overnight stay pleasant. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and my sister had her dinner delivered to the room. We were surprised that the staff offered that. We were tired after a long day of driving so it was nice to relax and rest up before heading out after breakfast the next morning. Breakfast was really good too!

250.00 a night is outrageous. I was expecting something really nice but it was just a normal hotel room. The breakfast was cheap and had little effort. I requested I wake up call and got it 30 minutes late. These services were worth 150.00 or less.

Rather disappointed. NO microwave in the rooms....there is one in the kitchen you can use. Computer system at check- in was on the fritz. Breakfast was not open. To save money you order the "special " of the day...in our case a soggy burrito. Sorry no waffles or pancakes or eggs or bacon. If you have an extended stay, they will "houseclean" every five days...(why would you spend over five days here?) Other motel chains in Idaho are " open" for breakfast.......Best Western obviously did not get the memo.( I am sure the bean counters love this set-up.) No maps or brochures available to advertise the area...I am sure there is a visitor center somewhere in town. Hotel is new and modern. Staff is friendly . Restaurant and bar on site ( the deep fryer was broken when we were here) Two elevators for four stories. The rooms have good lighting.

Booked another and was cancelled with no notice. Complained to Best Western customer service and they booked this hotel for me. When I arrived I found a terribly crowded noisy lobby, indifferent reception bordering on rude. Ended up walking out.

This was not a good stay for us. I used Hotels.com to book a King suite. Pros: Okay location adjacent to the Nampa Civic Center Clean, bright lobby Beverage offerings for breakfast were nice Bed was adequate - not painful Some staff were very pleasant e.g. the night desk clerk brought me an extra blanket when requested Cons: Weirdly-designed, disabled-accessible room, which I did not ask for. Shower floods onto tile floor due to accessible design. Room is dark, noisy from adjacent swimming pool and oddly laid-out. Constant low-frequency rumbling noise present all night, probably from A/C or pool equipment. One clerk would not make eye contact with us when we asked for a little grace with check-out time. We explained that we had been at the ER at 3 am due to a kidney stone attack and wanted to stay a little longer in the room for privacy during the MD telephone appointment we had scheduled at noon. The clerk (still not looking at us) told us that we would be charged extra if we did not check out by noon. I understand that this is company policy, but a little kindness and flexibility would have gone a long way to restore my belief in Best Western's customer service ethic. We also had a poor experience at the Best Western in Kalispell earlier in the trip, so I think I'm done with this hotel chain. I will just fork over the extra $50 or $60 per night and stay at a nicer hotel that has a hot buffet breakfast and perhaps some compassion for someone who spent the night in agony passing kidney stones. We weren't asking for a lot - just a little more time to have privacy while we talked to the doctor. I do not recommend this hotel.

Last year we stayed the night in the BW in Meridian which was awful (I would never stay there again, managers response to all of our issues was laughable.) So we decided to stay in Nampa, far and a above a better decision. The property is quite new, very clean and well maintained. They room rate was pretty cheap considering the room size and amenities. They have a full service bar/lounge that offers food (which was great and fair priced.) Overall great stay with no complaints, will definitely use this property again when we come through Idaho again.

The overall presentation of the outside of the building is a very clean modern. Inside the lobby is beautiful clean and modern. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The hallways and the elevators were clean, the restaurant in breakfast Room was immaculate. Inside the Room was clean and comfortable.

Very nice hotel located in Nampa, ID. Easy to get to from the freeway. The hotel has a very nice appearance. The lobby was clean and the hotel staff was very friendly. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling in the area.

Rooms are nice, reservations with confirmations did not have rooms when arrived. Surprised since we called the morning of to verify everything was confirmed. At this time it was not but they assured us it would be corrected by the time we arrived. We had email confirmation for three rooms, at arrival we only had 2

4 year old property... pleasant surprise as we always make sure to ask when property was built before booking by calling hotel direct...very clean minimalist decor ...staff was nice...property was pet friendly with just a $10 fee for our labradoodle where others in same area are asking $75

The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space. Parking available. Mattress was great for our room. We were late getting up so we missed breakfast. Internet was okay. Bathroom shower was interesting. Clear doors that go in or out instead of a curtain.

I travel to the Treasure Valley 5/6 times a year to visit family. I've stayed at a number of motels but always end up here. This place is one of the cleanest and most comfortable at a good priced and not to far from my destinations. I suggest you try it for yourself, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Its worth the extra few minutes to this location, its quite and close to the freeway so you can get around easily.

This location was reasonably located off freeway. It was quiet, you couldn't hear your neighbors. The room was big and worth the price. The bathroom was huge with a walk in shower! Breakfast was great

This past weekend we had the pleasure of staying at the above named hotel. The service we received from the front desk staff was exceptional. My family and I had arrived after a lengthy drive and had decided to make it a two night stay instead of a one night stay. The lady at the front desk was able to accommodate us with an extra night and she also reserved us a larger room for the second night, plus it was on the same floor so that made the move less stressful. We were in town for my daughter's dance competition at the Civic Center so it was nice that the hotel was adjacent to the venue and all we had to do was walk across the parking lot. The rooms were very nice and beds were very comfortable. It was also nice to have the pool to ourselves because the hotel made each guest reserve a time if they wanted to use it. They only drawback was that the hot tub was operational but I think that is something that easily fixed.

We had an great experience! I highly recommend this hotel! We stayed at several hotels in the area and this was the BEST! The customer service was cleanliness amazing! It is also located close to freeway access.

I would definitely stay here again! It was very clean, comfortable and modern. I didn't love the sliding bathroom door, I would like a traditional door but the bathroom and room was clean and relaxing.

We booked a 6 night stay at the Best Western Peppertree while visiting family in the area. During our stay there were two bus loads of high school students roaming the lobby, hallways, elevators, and dining area without masks or face coverings. When we reached out regarding concerns that the students and coaches weren't wearing face coverings anywhere in the building we received no response from management. We had to take the stairs for the last 4 days of our stay to avoid the elevators and lobby full of students not following the guidelines to wear a face covering. The website and signs posted on the doors are a false sense of security because the hotel does not actually enforce the guidelines to protect it's customers during the pandemic. The housekeepers did a wonderful job maintaining the space, it's just unfortunate that they are being exposed to a higher risk of Covid due to the hotel not following the guidelines that are outlined on their website.

Very helpful front desk people. Did some laundry on the 3rd floor, decent prices to wash and dry. Laundry area was clean and bright. Laundry soap and fabric sheets were a good price from the marketplace. Wished they had an ATM or coin machine.

One of the best night rest and leisure time with the family as we enjoyed the pool area/hot tub,,as well as the exercise room ..and all the extra perks that came with the BEST WESTERN Plan of a stress free night stay...

Very pleasant place to stay. I have stayed here several times. I always get a nice greating when I come in and it's always clean and bright when I get there. The rooms are always clean and smell fresh.

From the time we walked into the lobby staff was very helpful. I've never stayed somewhere and had every single employee go above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyed. We came for a basketball tournament that was canceled after we arrived. The hotel staff helped us with booking the pool, places to eat, and stores to shop at. Any request we had they made it happen and quickly too. We were gonna head back home early but decided to stay because everyone was having so much fun. I will definitely stay there anytime we come back to Tampa for tournaments.

We stayed at the Peppertree in Nampa because my husband had to get surgery in Boise. We have a small dog that we could not leave at home and the Best Western Plus Peppertree welcomed my dog. ALSO we were also able to have a "handi-capable" room to fit our special, temporary needs. I will definitely stay here again.

Screwed up reservations even after a follow up call. Room was not stocked with adequate bedding or enough towels. Bar maid should find a job she enjoys, she clearly didn't want to be there. Stay somewhere else.

Modern, clean, great price! Indoor pool is open! has HOT breakfast, not just a cold sack option. Scramble eggs, potatoes, meat option. Oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, muffin, fresh fruit & drinks. We will be changing to this hotel for our next 2 up coming stays! We travel a lot for kids sports & this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in especially for the price!

We rented 2 rooms and hotel had us wait for one for well over an hour while they tried to figure out why they didn't have my reward stay. Finally they put us in a handicap room with no tub even tho it was requested at time of booking. I requested points for the hassle and they offered me a bottle of water. Restaurant took 1.5 hours to get 4 meals and brought the appetizer out after bring meals out 1 by one with 10 mins in between each meal they brought out. Next day they closed the pool and didn't tell us until we arrived in suits at our reserved time.

This was an excellent hotel. Clean, good staff, safety and breakfast, happy hour. Pool limited to one hour and family only so safety a key. Breakfast was best on site breakfast I have had. Hotel followed rules for virus.

I have no idea how I'm going to make it where I am going now that I've booked a cash reservation get to the hotel late at night and they only take credit card...now I'm in the hole with a card that was supposed to be used for gas, not a single sorry or nothing to amend the situation just a firm f you and go to your sh*TTY over priced room that smells like a wet cat with high ceilings ....thanks for nothing, I will be blasting this on all my social media to warn people never to come to this hell hole of a hotel...a Motel 6 is levels above this place

My wife and I stayed here while in town on business. The room was modern and clean and the breakfast was made to order and provided in a takeout bag due to COVID. My primary issue is the fact that I was overcharged for my stay and neither the desk staff nor management has corrected the problem. I paid for the stay using gift cards acquired through my mileage program. In the process of bill my cards, staff overcharged my $13.70. I checked with Chris the Assistant Manager on several occasions who assured me they would figure out a way to put the funds back on my gift card. I suggested credit to my gift card, cash refund, credit to my credit card or a check; all of which he could not do. Several days after checkout, I received a statement that zeroed out my account by $13.70! This made it look like I charged an additional $13.70, thus appearing that the bill was even. After making several phone calls to the property and even speaking to Chris, I have yet to receive any renumeration from this hotel. It is not the amount of money that is the issue, it is the principle. They have no concern about resolving customer issues or even returning calls. I have used gift cards at several other locations and never had this kind of billing problem or lack of regard for customer service. I would never stay at this Best Western again.

Real nice modern well located BW Plus just of I-84 minutes from historic downtown area and Nampa Civic Center. You'll also find supermarket, gas station and restaurants in immediate area. The hotel is immaculate with very pleasant hotel lobby. Super nice front desk staff. Pool and fitness center. Breakfast included in rate. Room was immaculate spacious and has everything you need; mini fridge, coffee, nice tv, huge desk area, comfy bed clean sheets etc. I love the USB ports at bedside. Bathroom immaculate with large counter area and large walk in shower. All common areas are noticeably clean. Tip: ask for room away from 3rd Street. You can hear traffic in rooms close to road but noticed it subsides around 9pm.

The hotel is in a great location near downtown Nampa and about one mile from I-84. Hotel is newer and nice updated facility with a nice pool, hot tub, and exercise room. Covid-19 restrictions affect use of these amenities and breakfast, but overall we like this hotel and have stayed here twice. Dogs are allowed in the hotel and I recommend avoiding a handicap room unless you really need — because of the shower floor being level.

The check in girl was awesome and very careful and minimized risk through exposure. Super great as I was worried about staying in a hotel during the virus outbreak but she did a fantastic job and really explained the modifications for our stay. Well done!

As a rule, I don't stay in Nampa. After seeing the pricing, site and amenity pictures and location, I booked the room. I was unable to experience all amenities due to working but my family was well pleased. We will be staying here again.

I had an event at the Nampa Civic Center and knew I would need to stay close and this place is right next door. Clean comfortable rooms, fantastic breakfast, and all the amenities needed to make my stay delightful.

The rooms are nice and new, however they could use more in room amenities and the breakfast was lacking in comparison to other Best Western hotels we have stayed in. They staff was friendly and the property is very nice.

This is one of the nicest Best Westerns we've ever stayed at! LOVE the high ceilings! LOVE the walk in shower! Really good breakfast as well as really good dinner from the restaurant we got delivered via room service. VERY modern with a great earth tone color scheme. We usually stay in Caldwell but after finding this beautiful Hotel we will be staying here from now on. This is the place.

Great hotel. New, walk in shower, close to downtown. They share the parking lot with the community centre. They have a bar and happy hour 5 - 6pm. If you like Mexican food, Dos Caminos just a little way down the road, GREAT FOOD.

Excellent hotel to begin with, but even better that if you're in town for a convention at the Nampa Civic Center, you can just park there and go to either building. Made my trip really easy, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

This was a new facility and the place looked great. We ate and had some drinks at the bar/restaurant and the food was great as well as the service. We also had our pet with us and we were able to take care of her needs with ease.

Great facility and looks brand new even though it's over 3 years old!! Room wa spacious and very clean. Plenty of parking. Easy connection to internet. Breakfast delicious. Make your own omelette was especially delicious. Great shower.

This hotel is superior in all the details. Easy and free parking, above average complimentary breakfast for the room prices (don't expect the Ritz.) Super clean, even the cleaned TV remote. Friendly service by all employees I encountered, desk, housekeeping and breakfast. Quiet location. A good value. I was happy.

Clean and friendly with good parking for over sized vehicles. It is centrally located with easy freeway access. Awesome staff! Feels like home. We have stayed here twice now and will stay here again as we come to this area often.

This is, BY FAR, one of the nicest Best Western Plus properties I have had the privilege to stay in. Courteous greeting, super clean throughout, nice large rooms with every comfort expected for overnight lodging. I would highly recommend this property for anyone staying near the Boise area. I have driven past the Nampa Freeway Exit Sign hundreds of times over the years, however, this was my first venture off of I-84 in to the city specifically for my overnight stay at the Best Western Plus Peppertree Nampa, but I will definitely be back anytime I need to stay over in the Boise area. it's worth the extra few miles.

This was a wonderful place to stay the staff was excellent. We were there for 4 nights and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a great location mints from the free way. The bar tender made excellent drinks and even remembered us from or stay before

Overall good experience with the hotel. Clean, nice, good amenities, decent breakfast. Bed was a little hard for my liking, but that's just my opinion. they need to give the option for suites. Location is ok as there are places close by to visit. I liked the size of the room the best and least was the hardness of the bed.

The room, lobby, bar were really top notch. Our room was very nice and clean. It was great having a bar and food right there. we did order a pizza and pirce was decent but the pizza was mostly crust with very little toppings but the food coming out looked good and we heard no complaints. They porr a fair drink and the prices are not bad. All in all the ladies working the bar were friendly and helpful. Our only complain was breakfast. The ladies working were nice and helpfull. that said they did not have english muffins either morning, first time i have noticed that any pllace, nor did they have any potatoes/grits or whatever to go with the eggs. Also they said they had make your own omlets, Not. we were told after the first morning that unless they have 40 rooms rented they do not put out omlets . were were told the the 2nd night that there would be omlets but they did not. IMO if they have and they do the ability to have omlets then put out some fixins no matter how many rooms rented. The eggs were really good as they were moist, not all dried out. With a better breakfast this place is w/o a doubt a 5 star. We would stay again and the price is very fair IMO.

Booked a room here last minute over the weekend. I was glad we found this place. The rooms were nice, the breakfast was good, and the service was awesome. My only gripe was the walls are a little thin so I could hear my neighbor. The price was well worth it, and the coffee at the breakfast bar was great. If I ever come back to Idaho, I plan to stay here again.

Stopped here as part of a longer trip through Idaho. We were pleasantly surprised with the new and somewhat upscale feel. All staff we encountered were pleasant. Not something you normally see in a Best Western. Would recommend.

This is a very upscale, modern-looking but inexpensive hotel right in Nampa, convenient to restaurants and the freeway. We've stayed here a few times and just love this place. My wife and I come here for a couples retreat. The rooms are perfectly clean and modern, bed is very comfortable, and the breakfast is amazing, with actual real food like hand-cracked scrambled eggs, not a carb-fest brought to you by SYSCO. Staff are friendly and helpful, I just can't say enough of this place. We love it.

We only spent one night at this hotel but we thoroughly enjoyed it. The breakfast was excellent, but the nicest surprise was how quiet the hotel was at night. Only about three blcoks off the freeway, but a very quiet bedrome. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

I enjoyed a pleasant, clean, inviting, friendly stay. Came to visit a very sick friend. Everything was ready for me and I didn't have to worry about a thing other than visiting my friend. Nice to have a clean, quality place to stay. Very comfortable beds.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I like the location of the hotel it was in a nice central location but we did not hear a lot of traffic. One of the major issues for me was the lack of a bathtub. I do not like showers so the lack of a bathtub is an issue for me. There is also no sink stopper in the washroom so we could not keep water in the sink.

This location supports the Best Western reputation of hotels that are clean, comfortable, have nice staff, decent value and full breakfasts. This is in a convenient location in Nampa. We recommend this Best Western.

great idea BW Plus to have local craft beers and wines people will go offsite anyway to get this so you might as well have it there and capitalize on the crowd very polite servers in food and bar area and the front desk people are very nice

Wonderful improvements to staff and service and food since our last visit. We stay at this hotel often because of location and we have always been very disappointed by the breakfast and the food and service in the bar/grill. We were very pleasantly surprised this time because the breakfast was actual fresh food and the service and food in the grill was excellent. Thank you for the changes

This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel. Always clean and the staff is friendly. Should the need arise, I will stay here again. This was an unplanned stay, as I had a plumbing failure that required my house unusable for a couple of days. This is always my first choice for family and friends who come to visit.

Bathtub did not have a mat - safety hazard I fell even though I placed a towel at the bottom. Very slippery hard to get out of after the fall had I been alone ....shudder to think. Hand rail is too high to use. Staff said they only had a few bath mats and first offered me another towel - manager did provide a bath mat. Incident report made out Nice facility but dangerous tub.

We stayed here three nights, Friday-Monday. The room was clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. My only complaint was the poor lighting in the bathroom. There was a nice desk/work area and it was roomy enough for two people for three days. Parking is a problem. They share the parking lot with the Civic Center next door and if there is an event going on there, it is impossible to find a parking spot. The breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt and cereal. The folks who worked there were terrific, front desk, breakfast manager, maids, all were very helpful. I also appreciated their attempts to limit garbage, the shower had built in shampoo, conditioner and soup dispensers. The breakfast was served on washable plates and cups, no paper plates, no plastic forks.

During a recent stay at the Best Western Peppertree in Nampa, ID I was so pleased with the courteous Staff, how clean my room was, and the overall experience. Breakfast offered a great variety and the breakfast area was constantly being refilled and cleaned. My room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The Inn was so convenient and the Staff was so kind and accommodating. If I need lodging in the Nampa area again, I will definitely stay here.

this is a modern facility in the downtown area next to the civic center. It seems out of the way at first glance as there are not a lot of things happening there and in fact there are residential homes on two sides. My only concern was the listing of a restaurant on the premises. We went looking for it a little after 5 and it should have been in the bar/breakfast area, but there was no indication it was there. The bar indicated $4 tacos and that was all, I didn't even see someone to serve/sell those. Otherwise, the facility is very nice and modern. The room was comfortable.

We had a very nice stay here after a very long travel day. Our room was nice and spacious, huge shower with wonderful smelling citrus products! The beds were very comfortable pillow tops. The most comfortable beds on our trip. The breakfast was hot and had lots of choices; real scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, pastries, bagels, oatmeal, cold cereal, juices, milk, fresh fruit, Nutella, peanut butter, etc. The fresh yogurt with granola and coconut was delicious! Nice touch! We highly recommend this hotel!

During our 2 1/2 week vacation we stayed at various BW and this was our favorite property! This is a great value for the price. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful, new, very clean, spacious and comfortable! The breakfast was served on "real" plates, silverware and glasses, what a nice change. The food was delicious with lots of options. We enjoyed breakfast on the outdoor terrace. Highly recommend this BW!! You will not be disappointed.

Was in town for a concert. Service was good, staff seemed friendly during check in/out. Breakfast was ok/average. Morning breakfast servers were very friendly. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Would recommend, it was a good place to stay.

We were staying in the area on our way to Oregon. This hotel was great. It is pretty new, so everything is new and nice. The beds were comfy and breakfast was great. The price was great too. I would recccomend it if staying near Boise.

Whenever we are in the Nampa area again, this will be where we will stay! Outstanding hotel. All employees were very friendly and helpful. The lobby was very inviting; the room was extremely nice - very roomy and clean. The breakfasts were tasty, and the food staff did a great job of keeping tables clean and also a great job of keeping the food supplied for the guests. They worked hard and still were smiley and friendly. So nice to have a grassy area for the dogs, rather than dirt and weeds. We spoke to several other guests who were well pleased with this facility, and some said that they thought it was the best Best Western they had been in.

The lobby and room were beautiful. Everything was very comfortable until we were woken up by an alarm clock next door that wouldn't shut off. Staff wasn't very quick in resolving the issue and weren't very friendly.

I have to admit, our check-in was not a good experience; it was obvious the woman was highly undertrained, had difficulty finding our reservation and check-in was exceptionally long, cumbersome and uncomfortable...but that is where the bad part ends. Our room smelled fresh, clean and it was immaculate. Air conditioner was awesome. Shampoo/conditioner and body wash was a multi-use dispenser. Shower was amazing. Beds/pillows were super comfy and we all slept very well. Several people had children that they allowed to run and scream in the halls throughout the night (I swear, consideration is a dead art) so noise does come in from the door, but room to room noise is limited. Breakfast was consistent with most Best Western hotels (sausage gravy w/biscuits, bacon/sausage, eggs, etc.) but very good with excellent food staff. We loved our stay so much we didn't want to go home and stayed an extra day in Idaho. When we added an extra day, another person helped us and she was AMAZING. Just on her help alone, I would give this place 6 stars. If we are in the area again, this is the only place we'll stay. Highly recommend signing up for the Best Western rewards program

Hotel was very nice. We enjoyed breakfast. Lots of choices. They have a bar in the lobby which is rare for a best Western. It's next to the Civic Center and they share a parking lot. When something is going on at the Civic Center the parking can be impossible.

I had reserved a room with king bed and sofabed for three people. The manager gave us a room with king bed only and gave me two keys. I reminded her that I reserved for three people. After seeing the room with only one bed, I went down and told them of the mistake. They said they could not give me the room that I originally requested even thou it was available at the time. I could not believe the brush off I got. I would have given one for this place, but two outstanding clerks Kaitlyn and Alejandra raised it one. They went out of way reducing the cost (not much) and provided as many blankets as they can for one to sleep on the floor. I have respect for those two clerks and deserved praises. I however have lost respect for the manager for downgrading the room and made one sleep on the floor. How can she overlook 3 people? Also she sent an apology letter after I did the survey via Best Western and made an excuse as it wasn't her fault when it really was. By the way this hotel don't provide cots or rollaway beds. Be prepared

This is a great hotel. They have very fair prices for meals at the hotel so you don't have to go out again; which having a young child who wants to swim is awesome. We will try to stay here every time we pass through the greater Boise area.

We stayed here on our mother/son road trip in July, the stay was okay, rooms were clean. The problems occurred afterward with a pair of left behind headphones. We discovered the headphones missing when we got to our next stop and promptly called the hotel. We gave them our address and phone number and the hotel said they would get back to us with someone who could ship things back. Okay, 2 weeks later we hadn't heard from them, so we called back. The person on the phone apologized and said it would be a $5 service charge to ship them back. Okay, that's fine. Go to review my credit card statement later - there's no charge from the hotel but there is a $22 charge to my credit card apparently for expedited shipping I never authorized. This hotel provided my credit card information to a 3rd party service without my knowledge and didn't even bother to call me or send any sort of indication it had done so. When I called back, the 'manager' defending herself said 'it's always been our policy to do that' - great, you didn't say you were going to do that and didn't tell us your policy lady, and said 'well we have never had any problems in the past' and 'you're going to have to take it up with the shipper'. I'm telling you you have a problem. You don't authorize 3rd parties to use your guests credit cards without their knowledge or authorization. Completely unprofessional at best.

The hotel was super nice and clean, the staff was very friendly. It was also close to food and stores if you needed anything. I would definitely recommend this place and stay again. Way better than the hotel my friends booked a mile away.

This best western exceeded my expectations! It's been a long time since I've stayed at one of these and it was great! Only thing was the coffee machine in the room didn't work but I let them know. Beds were comfy and the pool was great!

Hotel was classy, and very clean. Everyone was very nice. Everyone is very honest! I accidentally left my Ipad there and realized it half way home. I called to see if the maids found it. The gentleman at the front desk went to the maid and she indeed found it. He called me back and offered to mail it to me. Fortunately my son was still in town and picked it up for me. Our only issue were the pillows, to firm for us. We will be staying again! (With our own pillows!)

Everyone was super accommodating! The guest services were top notch! They helped me find a great rate and are very accommodating with a late check-in. I would recommend to this hotel any day! Beautiful rooms and great staff!

This hotel is newer. It seemed clean and fresh. But, it was just a typical hotel. The rooms are standard sized. Bathrooms have sliding doors; not a great idea. Staff was pleasant and seemed competent. As others have said, parking can be a problem especially since it will become full often, and the sprinklers will leave nasty water marks on your car. Internet was so-so. I plugged in directly to the wall outlet, and it was on the slow side. Others have commented on the breakfast. It was average at best. They want you to fill out a form rating the breakfast. The form says if its not excellent, it is unsatisfactory. I could not fill out the form. So, for the price, you don't really get what you expect. There are other, cheaper hotels near that will give you better value.

This is on of the best hotels I have stayed at in the boise area. It is easy hotel to get in and out of. The rooms are very nice and up to date appliances. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had.

I wish we were able to give 4.5 ratings, My wife and I stayed one night because our B&B did not have an opening for our first night. I chose this hotel because it was newer. Overall it was very good. The rooms were exceptionally large, meaning that we could lay out our suitcases on the floor without having to worry about tripping over them. It was very clean, being new. It was pretty quiet. The breakfast was one of the best free hotel meals: waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, hot oatmeal, fruit, biscuits and gravy, breads, etc., all done well. Seating was occasionally full. The only minor negative was that the towels, wash clothes, tissues and toilet paper were not that great. Pros: new, clean, close to freeway access, large room, friendly, excellent breakfast, good parking, good temp control. Cons: towels, washcloths, paper products, and location may be out of the way for many activities. I would not hesitate to stay here again if it turned out to be the best value option for Boise. I just don't usually give 5 stars unless there was something exceptional.

Once you enter your greeted by staff, i was fortunate to have karma check us in and she was more than effective in getting us cheked in and made us feel welcome. Our needs were met right away so it was stress free.

It is a great place to stay in Nampa Idaho, we brought our german shepherd dog who we took whenver we went out. The hotel and room are clean and the decor is very contemporary which contributes to the look and feel of cleanliness. The employees that we spoke to were nice. The breakfast food was good I would say excellent if there was more seasonal fresh fruits that I like. I must say the biscuit and gravy and waffles are awesome sooo tasty and the bacon was cooked perfectly. The only thing I would have like more of is the tv channels want as much as I would have liked. Its a great okace to stay for 1 person or a family. Great job Best Western!

I have stayed at this hotel several times and would recommend it hands down to all I know. It is clean and beautiful. Best breakfast, rooms and staff of all the places I have stayed over the past 12 months. Newer hotel, clean and really relaxing. Staff was great, and even did the whole small dog thing with no problems at all. Can see where parking might be a problem since it shares the lot with the adjoining event center, but was not an issue while we were there. Had been a stressful day, but room was great. Clean and well laid out.

2 nights. Breakfast was good nice lobby seem very new and room was spacious. With a nice tv and lots of options on the channels Pool area was good With a jetted spa . Check out is at mood which is nice .

We've stayed in a lot of Best Westerns and this one was the best ever. It's 2 years old so everything is new and modern. Super clean, roomy and convenient. Large modern shower in bathroom. Excellent breakfast and breakfast room that is a bar at night. Close to lots of food choices. Friendly staff, luggage carts and elevator. Quiet cooling units in the room. Excellent value too.

Love the location of this hotel in respect to the Nampa Civic Center. We were there for a dance competition and it can be long days and lots of down time between dances. The location of the hotel allows us to return to our rooms in between for much needed rest. The walls are a little thin and could hear our neighbors but turned on the fan to the air conditioning unit and that helped with it.

I have largely been disappointed in the hotels in the greater Boise area. I have usually felt like i pay too much for a very substandard experience. The Best Western in Nampa was the exact opposite. I got a great room for the price. The room was very roomy and new. I will definitely stay in the future.

Got to the hotel and there was NO parking - this hotel shares a parking lot with the civic center and I'm told that whenever the civic center has an event going on - there is NO hotel parking and there's almost no place on the street either. This, all by itself means I probably wouldn't come back - tho the next 3 days, I had no difficulty getting a parking spot. Check in went very smoothly - I asked for a room that would be quiet and the room I got was very comfortable - tho basic and very quiet (the first night) . Disappointing that there's no microwave in the room, but there is a mini-fridge. The king sized bed was extremely firm - tho comfortable if you like a firm bed. Went down to the swimming pool and was shocked at how small it is. You really can't SWIM there - it's big enough for kids to splash around in, but not for real swimming or any kind of workout. Then I went to sit in the Jacuzzi and found that it wasn't working. I went out and asked a staff person for help and was told with a shrug that they were aware that it wasn't working - clearly they didn't care..... no estimate on when it would be fixed. Also no notice on their website that it was not working - if there had been, I would have booked somewhere else as I always look for a pool and a spa. Later, I went to the lounge for a snack and a glass of wine. My preference is for Cabernet Sauvignon and I was told that they had run out of that and wouldn't be getting any more for the entire weekend (I checked in on a Thurs). Cab Sauv is NOT a rare or unusual wine and it's inexcusable for a lounge to not have any on a weekend (IMHO). The cook there did a good job with the snack, but the quality of ingredients was lacking. After that, I stopped expecting anything except a bed and a toilet and a little bit of quiet..... oops - my mistake. They checked someone in right across the hall from me around 11 pm on Friday night and those folks let their kids run stomping up and down the hall until after midnight. At one point, a towel rack in the bathroom fell off the wall and when I reported it - they seemed responsive to that - tho I never saw them fix it as I checked out a few hours later. Check out was very smooth and easy. All in all - I'm not impressed. This place is quite convenient to a location I visit a few times a year - but I expect I'll go somewhere else next time. And for a place that is relatively new - there's just too much that's not right.

The building is very clean and modern. The guest rooms were roomy and peaceful. This will be my hotel of choice when in the Boise area (my wife and I have stay at several). Excellent value for the dollar. After driving for 10 hours the nice hot - with plenty of pressure - shower was a delight. The bed was great - comfortable - not too soft, not too firm.

Very nice place to stay. It is very quiet-a bit off the beaten track and is new and modern. Our room was excellent-super clean and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had quite a variety of food and everything was refilled quickly as needed. Very Clean. Only compalint was in the lounge/restaurant where we had a difficult time getting an order placed and our bill paid. Frustrating when you are travel-fatigued. Will stay there again with no hesitation..

The hotel is new and modern. Checkin was fast and easy. The room was spanky clean. Although we didn't use the facilities, there is a restaurant and small bar on-site as well as a pool and fitness facility. It's a good location, close to many amenities. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, and I would definitely stay again.

So thankful we picked this motel for our 3 day stay in the area. Everything we experienced was far above the normal for a motel stay. Everyone on the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

We travel through Boise several times a year and find this hotel very convenient off the highway. A little modern for our style but very clean and spacious rooms. A good price for rooms with plenty of parking for coming & going.

We always stay at this hotel on our way to the Pacific Northwest. It is always very neat and clean and the staff is friendly. They have a bar which is limited and a food menu to go with it. A compliment to the chef the food is always hot and fresh and is brought out in a timely manner. The breakfast bar has a good selection with some healthy choices. The only thing off this time was the bar. They were out of most items and the bartender seemed kind of lost.

Extremely clean, quiet and up to date. Fast and friendly service makes for a very pleasant stay. It's convenient location makes it my go to spot when staying in the Boise area. Always made to feel welcome and at home.

I stay at many hotels for business purposes. I was charged for food & beverage and I didn't even eat at this place ? When I called to ask them to remove the charges the girl told me she was not able to do that ? Had to call Amex to let them know that a fraudulent charge was on my card and since I am on hold with my cc company I felt like that would be a great time to let people know about the ethics of this hotel. I would not stay here ever again !

This hotel was very clean and modern, the pool/spa were excellent and the breakfast selection was awesome. A very good price for such a nice hotel! Our room did not have a microwave, but it did have lots of space and it was very functional. The walk in shower was big. I felt very comfortable having my two kids in this hotel. It had a restaurant/ lounge but we did not get to experience it because we stayed on a sunday. Definitely a good place to stay if you are budget conscious as it is a great value for the price!

The entire hotel was very clean and quiet. The continental breakfast was vast and delicious. Check in and out was a snap. All amenities were clean, functional, and adequate. I will stay here again next time I'm in the area.

This is an amended version of my original review. I submitted a review after staying 2 days at this hotel. I will include what I originally wrote, and then add the problems that occurred on the third morning at the end of the review. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Our checkin both times was extremely slow. We weren't sure why it took so long. Our room however, was fantastic. We had a king room with a pull out sofa. The bed was comfortable, (however the pillow was a little high for me), the heat worked well, the shower had good water pressure with lots of hot water, shampoo, gel and conditioner available in the shower. Plenty of closet space, quiet room on 4th floor at the end of the hall. TV worked well with lots of stations. Breakfast had a lot of options. Perhaps could have little more fresh fruit. On Saturday morning all the tables were full. My husband used the gym and said it was a decent gym and he was the only one using it. In reading some of the reviews I would say the reader who said there bike was stolen has a valid point. This hotel is in an industrial area in downtown Nampa. The parking is not secure. I would not leave any in the car if I were to stay here. Other than that I would definitely stay here again. AMENDED- as we were packing up to leave I shook the blanket to make sure that we had not left anything at this hotel. A couple of flies few out of the blanket. My husband wanted to see if they were truly flies and climbed up on the desk to kill them near the ceiling. Much to our dismay there was animal feces on top of the closet. It pretty much grossed us both out. I wondered the first night when I was staying here why I was coughing so much. I have allergies to cats and dogs. Obviously there had been an animal in this room. At checkout we mentioned this problem to the manager. He apologized and told me that the room should have been a pet free room. I am wondering how an animal and its droppings could be in a room and the maids not notice?

The hotel was very quiet, comfy, and homey feeling. Staff was nice and very helpful with anything I asked for. They provided a pack and play for for my youngest to sleep in, helped me take bags to room as I had three children with me 2 under 2! Very happy with my stay here.

This establishment exceeded all of our expectations and was very nice. The morning breakfast was one of the better ones we have had. This Best Western was in very good condition and everything was very nice. Staff in the lounge and breakfast area were very nice and helpful.

Appearance of the hotel is nice, It was clean and Decour was modern. The guest rooms were rather nice we did have to switch rooms twice due to I guess the wet carpet. In the room that they finally settled us into the picture frame on the wall was broken and then later on to hit even fall off the wall. customer service not so Wonderful upon check-in actually it was on the contrary rather bad but check out went just fine

I travel for my job in the Pacific Northwest and have stayed virtually everywhere. The Best Western is the worst place I've ever stayed period. I found two “water bugs” crawling under the sheets and washed one down the bathroom sink. I called the front desk to let them know and the employee laughed. I had to ask for her name close to a half dozen times before she relented and stated her name was Brenda [-]. Apparently, she found it funny that I and probably others went thru this. Terrible service and mocking or laughing at customers should be frowned upon. Not here though. Shameful behavior. Save your money and stay at the Super 8 just off I 84.

I found this hotel just outside of Boise and the distance from the city yet still close to amenities for dinner/drinks. This place is one of the nicest hotels in the area and for the price it is well worth it. You will not be disappointed if you book here. I stay here 4-8 nights per month.

Very clean and new. Breakfast was average. Missed my biscuits and gravy. Service was good with refilling the items and cleaning tables as soon as people left. There were not any tables left dirty. They were on it.!

I stay in many different Best Western hotels. The Peppertree brand leaves something to be desired. The rooms in both Nampa and a Omak are nice, clean, and modern. The beds are comfortable. However, the breakfast is the worst of any I have stayed at. Very little selection, and limited hours, unless you are an early riser. In the Nampa lounge at happy hour I had the worst, most expensive gin and tonic I've ever had. Not even Hilton or Marriott charges as much. In Nampa on my most recent stay I requested a first floor room. When I checked in I was told that there were none available, however my paperwork showed a first floor room. When I asked, I was told that a 4th floor room would be quieter. I do not like being told what I should like! As a BW Diamond member I expect my wishes to be honored.

Friendly staff and an exceptional hotel . The rooms were spacious and the continental breakfast was exceptional. The waffles were delicious. The restaurant hours accommodating a traveling clientele. In addition, this location is close to other restaurants and centrally located. Easy access to I-84.

Nice new hotel. The room was large, there was plenty of counter/desk space, even a mini-fridge in the room. I definitely like the place and how clean everything was, but we had brought some food with us since we knew we wouldn't have a chance to eat until way late and didn't want to eat out, but there was no microwave in the room. Other than that, no complaints on the place. The shower was even designed for taller people, which is always a plus for us.

The hotel was clean, the Lobby was clean. Our room was large, but quit plain. They served allot of food everyday , but it was the same thing every morning. we stayed 3 days. Upon check out, we were checking our room to see if anything was left behind and we found a pair of used woman's underwear next to the chair in our room. Hummm, we thought the rooms were cleaned well, but, I think some things are over looked. It kinda grossed us out. Other then that , everything was very nice there. Oh, Walls are very thin, we heard the guy next door sneezing allot.

We visited Nampa after having lived there in the early '80's. Wow! What a change! The staff was very helpful and friendly. One of the drawbacks for us was that the lobby and eating area was over run by teenagers. There seemed to be a lot to traveling athletic teams. We're older and wanted quiet.

My stay at the Best Western Plus Peppertree Nampa Civic Center Inn was great. The room was big and spacious with a great walk-in shower. Room was very clean and comfortable. Even the stairwells were clean and well lit. I highly recommend this property and will stay there again.

Rooms were big and spacious with a refrigerator and a great bathroom. The breakfast served in the morning is an actual breakfast not just bagels & donuts. It is very close to shopping and restaurants.

We were very happy and satisfied with the entire property. This is one of the nicest BW Properties that we've stayed at. The front desk staff took great care of us when we walked in and requested a room for 3 nights. The property is very clean and neat. We ate in their restaurant the first night and had an enjoyable light dinner. I also used the workout facility and laundry room and both were clean and very easy to use. We look forward to staying at the property next year when we return to visit friends.

Quiet room. Clean room and bathroom. The mini fridge in room was nice to have. Parking was easy and we didn't have any issues. Breakfast was pretty standard but we only grabbed a few items one of the days we stayed. Friendly staff - only had one person who was kind of rude when we checked out (not the person who was actually checking us out), but maybe she was having an off day. Overall a very good stay - easy check in and easy check out. Will definitely be back!

New and well-managed property adjacent to Civic Center. Bar/restaurant a convenience not found in all BW properties. Location very good with regard to greater Boise area. Pleasant interactions with staff throughout our stay.

So impressed! We stopped over on a road trip and this place was perfect. We ended up getting a good deal- though not sure if that was because it was last minute. Clean and beautifully new! We laughed how this was away better than our studio apartment and maybe we should just stay forever. Great breakfast and I was impressed with the yogurt bar. Wish we would have gotten there before midnight so we could have tried out the restaurant! We've stayed at a crazy variety of hotels and would definitely recommend this one.

This property is brand new, with a pleasant, modern lobby and large comfortable rooms. The interior of the rooms is stylish and functional. There is a bar in the lobby that serves simple but tasty bar-food style dishes. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is not so much in my taste, basically being along a business strip and without much aesthetically pleasing to look at, but it's ok if you want to shop or eat out.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The room was very clean and nice looking. The hotel itself is within walking distance to a few restaurants. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The hotel bar was nice and drinks were good. The breakfast was good as well with a nice variety of items to choose from.

My husband and I stayed one night at this hotel on our way back from a vacation trip. It was the nicest place we stayed on the trip, and had everything you'd want. The room was spacious and quiet, and the building was modern, clean, and well- cared for. The breakfast had many choices with real dishes to eat from, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We'll definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

For being just over a year old, I wasn't real impressed. We got a king size suite and apparently they don't expect you to bring kids to sleep on the pull out sofa because the room had 2 washcloths, 2 towels, 2 of each of the cups and no bedding set for the sofa. There were spit splatters on the mirrors and a big wad of hair on the floor in the bathroom and bits of refuse on the carpeting that hadn't been vacuumed up. The woman at the desk never even bothered to ask how our stay was, which is general practice. It is really too bad because this is a new property but is obviously having problems with staffing. The breakfast attendants were both very nice but they were out of both apple and orange juice and the mango tasted like it was more water than juice.

This Best Western has only been open a year, and everything still smells brand new. Rooms are large and spacious. As another reviewer noted, bathroom lighting is inadequate. The room we were in did not have a bathtub if that's important to you. The breakfast was disappointing, and did not meet the "Plus" standard.

My daughters new road bike was stolen off of the back of our car in the parking lot while staying at this hotel on our last cross country stop before our final destination. On arrival late at night we asked the lady at the front desk if the parking was secure as we had a nice bike we didn't want stolen. She assured us it was fine. We parked under a light in the front of the hotel out of sight of the main road. On discovering the cut security cables and theft and advising the front desk the following morning there was zero sympathy. They simply called the local police office and handed us the phone. The parking lot has no cameras. We arrived late and did as much as we could to protect our property, sadly to no avail. Beware. The parking lot is NOT secure and there are no cameras to discourage thieves. Be cautious about mentioning that you have valuables you don't want stolen. We greatly regret staying here.

A group of family members stayed at the Peppertree for a wedding. The hotel is new, modern and very pretty. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. However, there were a few problems. The bathroom lights are not adequate for putting on make up. Most hotels have appropriate lighting or a mirror that you can use for make up. The shower, while a new modern design, with glass doors to the ceiling, allows water to leak out to the bathroom floor. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower were a nice touch though. The iron and board were the cheapest and most unuseful I have ever come across. The iron didn't get hot enough and spit water and the board was covered in a black cover which left black bits on my clothing. The ironing board was also very wobbly and made it really hard to iron. My sister-in-law had the same problem with her iron and ironing board, so it was not an isolated event. As for the breakfast, if you are serving breakfast until 10:00 am don't turn off the appliances and take away the food until 10:00. Many guests were coming to the breakfast room to eat at 9:45 to find everything cold or being taken away. Over all the hotel is beautiful, with a few corners cut, the staff are friendly and helpful. I would use this hotel again.

After reading other reviews, I chose to stay at this property and was not disappointed! There was a large group in the hotel, in town for a kids baseball tournament, but we never heard them. Which in my book was great!! Lol I look forward to future stays at this hotel!!

Typical Best Western hotel. Clean room and comfortable bed. Has a restaurant on site, and the typical breakfast. The hotel was opened in April, 2017, so everything was still nice and clean. Would stay again if in the area.

Out of all the rooms I've stayed in I'd have to say these were the nicest. They have a walk in shower, with shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers. Not little bottles. So that was awesome. You couldn't hear your neighbors. It was great!

We stayed at this Best Western to spend the week with our daughter and granddaughter. This was our second stay in two months. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the rooms are spacious and really comfortable. Good selection for the morning breakfast and the bar was excellent in the evening. The food they offered through the bar was also great.

This was a nice hotel, room service, high speed internet, friendly staff, decent food at the restaurant. Noisy hallways and doors if your room is at the end of the hall. Pet-friendly with large grassy area to walk the dog. Good location for getting on freeway and close to restaurants and stores. Manager is very nice, as are the night staff. A little on the pricier side.

We stayed here on a very busy weekend. They had numerous sports teams in town. They handled it very well. The rooms were new. The bathrooms lack privacy, but were clean and roomy. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, I booked through a travel website and they said my room would sleep 4. There was no way! We booked a king size bed with a sofa sleeper. We ended up with a king size bed and a chair. The hotel was completely full so they were unable to accommodate us. Luckily, I had booked an additional room so we were ok. The front desk really tried to help us, but they didn't have any rooms left. We also had an issue with being charged though the travel website and the hotel. Fingers crossed it works itself out. The breakfast was good, and the patio and lounge were a great place to sit and relax. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

We loved the hotel! It was clean, nicely decorated, and the staff was friendly. Check in and check out was easy. We felt like it was a good value for the money. We were happy with everything and would definitely stay here again.

Passing through Boise, we stayed at this Nampa Hotel and glad we did. Full breakfast started our day with a full tummy, that includes waffles, eggs, bacon, oatmeal, cereal and assorted breads as well as fruit and yogurt. The dining room is also a bar in the evening where you can grab a drink and a bite to eat. We made use of the pool and hot tub. Smaller for both but clean and good enough for an evening soak before bed. Showers down there allow to wash off the chlorine before leaving. The rooms are great. We had a tiled stand up shower, which is preferable for me. The only thing it lacks is a microwave. There's a fridge, plenty of outlets as well as USB plug ins, big desk for work, couch and a comfy bed. They have plenty of Paya branded shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. If coming back through, this would be our place of choice being it's just a short drive from downtown Nampa as well as short distance from I-84.

All aspects of the visit were just super, from ALL the persons working within to the fantastic layout of our room. Just great overall experience. Only issue may have been parking space, but this may have been due to an outside event. Just a great place...I will look for more like this in other areas when I travel.

Here is a summary of the problems: 1. It took 3 phone calls to make sure reservations were accurate. 2. You can HEAR everything through the walls. 3. Bathroom doors do not close. 4. Two errors were made on my bill. I will NOT be back. EVER!

The room was spacious and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The staff was great. The hotel was centrally located, making it convenient and easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. We were very impressed.

Excellent facility. Enjoyed my stay. The site was new and looked very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and well set up. Didn't get to enjoy the breakfast because we met family for breakfast, but it looked good.

The staff was friendly and did their job well. I was a little surprised my King size room w/ a sofa sleeper did not have a microwave. Nice work surface counter on one side of the room for setting up my mobile office. The AC / Heat unit had a constant fan setting which I really value for creating the background white noise instead of dead silence.

The hotel and grounds are very new and modern and clean. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Hotel is close to multiple places to visit and was quiet too. The breakfast and seating area was spacious and clean.

I wish that hotels that add a fridge to each room (which I love) would also include a small microwave. The bar was very nice with excellent service. I also wish Hotels on Weekends would extend Breakfast to 11:00 AM. Easy to find but surrounded by one way streets. I would stay here again.

New hotel, probably less than one year old. Room was very large. The staff are great if you have a pet. Breakfast is one of the best we have had at a hotel in this price range in US. Fitness center was very nice, lots of options. Also have a great happy hour and menu for light dinner.

The hotel is new and therefore very clean. The amenities are nice, however as occupancy was very low, the lounge was open only a few hours. We stayed the night before a holiday and the holiday breakfast time was not adjusted so ended at 9 am and was rather limited.

Had another very nice stay. Now that the lounge and restaurant is open it's even better. Had a wonderful meal and a few glasses of wine, perfect way to wind down a long drive. The staff are wonderful and very helpful.

We travel a lot for business and always try to stay in Best Westerns. This hotel just opened in April and it was our first time staying there. What a wonderful experience. modern, comfortable and a great value. A new found gem in Nampa.

The bed was a little too hard for me and my wife. The breakfast was good with a fair selection, about what I expect from a Best western plus. The later check out time (12 noon) worked well for our purpose.

This hotel is very nice. Very clean and the rooms are big. The pool was nice and clean and the breakfast was good, convienent. Staff very friendly. I highly recommend. We have two small boys and they loved it, made the traveling easier.

So we booked this stay from the road at about 10pm and arrived at the hotel around 12am. They were great while we booked the room. The front desk was also great at getting us into our room quickly. The pool was great in the morning. The only thing that was not great was the breakfast. They ran out of food 30 minutes before it was scheduled to close. Other than that it was a great stay.

This quite new and modern property turned into one of my best U.S. hotel stays in memory! Rooms are huge and very nicely decorated... and I extended my visit one night (seemed a shame to leave). Likewise, while this is a BW+ hotel with obvious extras, I was able to get a super deal very comparable to regular BW hotel rates. This hotel & staff rose high above my expectations...of what a hotel 'provides.' A jewel in my trip! Thanks!!!!!!!!!

Arrived at 12:45 AM after a concert and the room was 61 degrees. It did not heat up until @ 2 AM. The blankets were sheet thin and extra one (that I had to go the front desk, wait 5 min until come one came) looked like it was brought at a thrift shop. The whole hotel had a terrible smell. The next morning when we talked to the hotel manager about the room temp she said 'sorry it is supposed to be 71 degrees. I have had better stays at Motel 6 for 1/4 the price

This is a very nice and new hotel. Just opened in last 6 months or so. The rooms are very nice and beds are comfortable. I liked how they have lots of electrical outlets and usb outlets. Barn door on bathroom was nice. Plenty of Free parking I would come back here for sure.

Amazing staff! Very new clean room. Super happy hour. Allysia in the lounge is really welcoming and very professional. So nice to be able to have our sweet Lab Linder with us. You won't be disappointed!

If you appreciate deep rest and relaxation during the holidays, this is the place to find it. We especially enjoyed the level walk-in accessibility. We stayed 4 nights just to enjoy walk in showers, easy entry to pool and hot tub, full breakfast, and a fine bar with good food. This kind of experience makes traveling much easier for great grandmas and grandmas, too.

Out of 4 nights, they failed to clean our room twice! When it was cleaned on our last night. They forgot to leave coffee, cups and glasses. Issues with toilet plugging up over the 4 day period. We were given a plunger. Breakfast is VERY minimal with LOTS of carbs.

We arrived at the hotel at 3:00 AM after having booked moments earlier through a well known website to learn that the hotel had updated its reservation system just before our reservation had been submitted. This meant that our reservation had been registered in the hotel's system for the following day which was a significantly higher rate due to the solar eclipse festival. The hotel staff were very gracious and helpful in getting the reservation switched with the third party website and getting us into a room as rapidly as possible. The hotel lobby and the room were beautiful and new looking.

This new hotel has great comfortable mattresses, indoor pool and spa which is open 24/7 and the water is warm enough to actually swim in. Breakfast was hot eggs and waffles with a variety of fruits, liquids and the normal fare offered at continental breakfasts. All favorable. Staff were all friendly and helpful and they are pet friendly. If we are every in this area again, we will surely stay here again.

Stayed two nights. Breakfast was the usual hotel type for the price range. Offerings are ok and its nice and clean being new, but I have suggested that the hotel look at offering gluten free bread for toasting. Not a big deal but it would be nice. Rooms are comfortable clean and everything worked as it should. Overall noise levels were very good. Stayed in two different rooms and both were quiet. My first stay at a BW Plus and I will stay again especially in the new ones!

My absolute worst experience at a BW! Understaffed that is poorly trained. I was triple billed, called at noon to let me know checkout time was at noon when we were staying another night then charged $500 for a no show. Almost a $1,000 of authorizations on my card. If you like gambling roll the dice and stay here!

The hotel looked like brand new. The inside and out were very nice, rooms were very clean and modern styling. The worst thing about the hotel in the birds in the parking lot. Take a look at the ground when you arrive, that's what your car is going to look like before morning. After only one night my car needed a wash.

Brenda, the manager, is such a friendly and welcoming person. She makes you feel at home, which is rare these days. Some of the staff from the Caldwell location also transferred to this location and they definitely exceed in customer service. Rooms are nicely set up and you can tell they put extra care when deciding on a newer and more modern setup. The front desk could be better identified though. When busy and coming in, it isn't obvious where to check in. All in all, I would definitely recommend.

This hotel was very modern in it's décor (interesting that it was a Best Western). The staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was a cut above the normal continental style. Plus the bar/restaurant and happy hour made it a fun stay! The working desks in the rooms are HUGE with fast 5mbps constant speed. Great stay!

This is a lovely clean property with very friendly staff and very clean comfortable rooms. The restaurant was friendly and food was tasty. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming this way.

This is a beautiful hotel that is right off I-84. It is quiet. The staff went out of their way to help us and make sure our needs were met. The room was tastefully decorated. The lounge was a nice. The barmaid was efficient, helpful and funny. The food was good. The breakfast was wonderful. Even had a omelette machine. We will stay again the next time we go through Nampa, Idaho.

The hotel is very clean and quite nice. We stayed 3 nights, preferring the double queen room to the King with sofa pull-out. The complimentary breakfasts were very good, however the weekday ones were better staffed and the coffee was much better than on the weekend! we would definitely recommend this hotel (and have already) to others.

Hotel is clean and new. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was not open first day for chemical problems, opened second day, but hot tub kept bubbling. nice breakfast, waffles, eggs, oatmeal, bagels, toast, etc

The hotel was clean and inviting. Staff was more than professional. I will be staying at this hotel again. The hotel was also close to places to grab something to eat. It was also nice to sit in the bar and watch television and just relax.

We were in the process of moving to Nampa and had not secured a residence yet and had to stay three nights with our daughter and two little dogs. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating or friendly which made our time a lot less stressful! It was very easy to be in this hotel. Thank you!

The hotel is new and VERY nice! The staff is friendly when you can find them. It seems they are understaffed because there would be no one at the front counter for a while. And then there is the breakfast.....Worst hotel breakfast experience I've ever had and I've stayed in a LOT of hotels. The eggs were cold and I had to heat them in the microwave. There were only a couple of things to choose from as far as breakfast food...eggs or waffles...that was the choice unless I wanted cereal or yogurt. We never saw anyone staffing the breakfast area. The eggs ran out and they didn't get changed in the 40 minutes we were there. The hotel has a nice small bar which was great. I would suggest more domestic beer choices for those of us that do not enjoy craft beer. The two choices of craft beer on tap that I liked ran out our first night. We went to the bar the second night and they were still out. Not sure why they didn't get replaced but they didn't. Honestly it's a nice hotel (not in the greatest part of town in Nampa but still) but I'm not sure if we will stay there again. The breakfast and lack of service was really bad. I can stay down the street at another hotel for about the same price with better service.

Stayed here after a concert at the Nampa Civic Center - so nice to just walk across the parking lot to the hotel. We come about 90 miles to events there and appreciate having a nice clean new hotel to stay overnight at before heading home the next day. Breakfast was superb! Civic Center asked that the bar be kept open late to accommodate concert goers staying there - awesome benefit. Walked to a Hawaiian restaurant for a late lunch just a block away - delish.

This is a clean, brand new beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. There is a free breakfast and nice pool/fitness center which makes the stay pleasant. The hotel is very close proximity to Boise.

Maybe they have just lowered their standards? Very nice and new hotel but for the price we paid we'd expect at least what other Best Westerns offer in regard to breakfast. What we found here was a half done preparation. For example, yes.... the basics, waffle, scramble eggs, sausage. But it pretty much stopped there. No oatmeal no cream cheese no peanut butter or honey or hard boiled eggs no gravy, very limited breads, apples were the only fruit... yes they provided something but no where near what other Best Westerns would provide and less than what a lower end hotel would offer. I mentioned this at the counter but they seem to be unwilling to talk to me from this point. I'm very calm and relaxed... just woke up... was hoping for a 'full' breakfast as would normally be offered on a Sunday at a Best Western. Very disappointing. They all seem to be having a great time behind the counter. Good for them that they can have fun at their jobs. I like the newness of this hotel and the location but a breakfast is a big part of the price and experience for me. I will choose a different location next time.

Brand new, very nice hotel with excellent service! Conveniently located in parking lot of civic center and close to downtown. Rooms are very nice. Also has a nice lounge with patio seating. Great price for the rooms too.

I can't speak much on location because we aren't familiar with the area but it was quiet at night and felt safe, grocery was close. The staff was excellent and our room was spacious and the bed and extra pillows were very comfortable. The pet policy can't be beat and they even handed out plenty of dog waste bags! The wifi was the best I've had in a hotel. We plan to stay here when we come back to visit family and I highly recommend this hotel. My only complaint was rough toilet paper but I can live with that!

This Best Western hotel was one of the friendliest, cleanest, most modern and best places we have ever stayed! Our room was very large, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was well lit. Would definitely stay here again.

The BW Doubletree in Nampa is a new hotel and was doing training as we checked in. We were not in a good mood, having had our other lodging fall through at the last minute, so got off to a bad start in Idaho. The BW rate was quoted as $149, but went up $30 for the weekend. We thought $179 was out of line, especially considering we had to walk 20 minutes (or Uber) for a decent restaurant, so we only booked for one night to see what it was like. When we decided to stay Friday and Saturday, we were told our rate would be $149 on Saturday, but then the hotel reneged and efforts to correct it the rest of our visit went for naught. As the Founding Director of a small literary arts non-profit organization, we have to watch every dollar and as a host of a lodging venue in Seattle, I would always defer to customers, especially when our integrity is concerned. Our's worth (at least) $30 but this hotel's is apparently not. I'd skip this place and stay in Boise.

The hotel staff were welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is a good value and our stay was enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that might be going to the Nampa area.

New and nice looking hotel. Because they are so new, they are still working out bugs in the service. The front desk is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really poor quality, but we were told they are working on that.

I had a multi tasking faux pa where I booked the wrong dates, 1st time ever doing that and 1st time not calling a hotel to say we were coming in very late (2am). Upon arrival all rooms were already booked and my reservation was cancelled because I had mistakenly made it for the day prior and that night but my reservation was cancelled due to no show the night before. My only disappointment was that they didn't call when I no showed. We had to stay in some other really dumpy hotel for that night but they worked super hard to get us back in 1st thing in the morning when someone checked out and I was so grateful for their amazing hospitality in that tough situation of being 400 miles from home with nowhere for my family of 5 to lay their heads. Great job hiring this staff at the front desk because everyone I came in contact with was very pleasant and helpful which is what every traveler needs away from home!!

We really enjoyed our stayat the Best Western Plus Pepperttree in Nampa. The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was large and comfortable. We found restaurants and other services nearby and the property is located on a main thoroughfare in Nampa, so is easy to find.

The room was spacious and comfy, the beds very good, it was quiet and a great place to stay. However, the breakfast could have been better. They have waffle makers. The eggs offered were of two varieties both made with instant eggs: scramble eggs and scrambled eggs with ham. There was no bacon or sausage offered. The toaster was broken.

My husband and I travel to visit relatives in Eastern Idaho once or twice a year. Our usual midway stay is at another Best Western in a nearby town. This time on our way over we had such a disappointing experience that we decided to cancel our returning trip reservation there and stay here. We loved it. We will stay again next time we visit the relatives, each way. We liked the restaurant, the pool, the bar, the room and the service by the employees (and every single on of them smiled).

For the price we were extremely disappointed. Out of 5 nights stay. Our room was serviced twice and that was minimal service after we asked 2 times. Ran out of towels. Breakfast was NOT good and there again they ran out of food. Nice appearing hotel but too many issues.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful!! Clean and well decorated. The rooms were exceptionally large and spacious. The bathroom was more like a spa than a hotel bathroom. Well done Best Western!! I hope all of your hotels upgrade to this level of comfort! Thanks!

My only complaint is they do not have microwaves in the rooms. Very inconvenient to use the one in the first floor breakfast room. The facility is clean and modern - having only been open for a few months. It is nice that the pool and fitness facility is open 24/7.

We LOVED the rooms, the bathroom and the quiet of this hotel. It was close to freeway but not so close that there was noise. I've never been to Boise or Nampa and we were passing through on our way from Seattle, but if you have business or family in the area this is definitely a great place to stay!

This hotel is very nice, with great rooms, great beds, and a fabulous hot breakfast with lots of choices. The fresh fruit wasn't just apples, bananas and oranges, but fresh cut melon too! It's nice and close to NNU and other Nampa attractions. Will stay there again!

Everything was great. Would surely stay there again. The whole experience was great. Would recommend this hotel to others. The room was comfortable and inviting. Did not spend much time in the room but it was great while we were their.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Peppertree as the Inn is newly built and very clean. Beds are still soft and cozy. Provides breakfast in the mornings and has a great lounge to relax and get out of the room. Recommend this Best Western.

My daughter was very much impressed with the hotel decor. Pool was nice. Wish the bar was open a bit longer. Beds were good. Rooms had all the amenities as advertised. Parking can be difficult as it shares the same lot as the Civic Center right next to the hotel.

This is a new facility. I don't believe my room had been rented previously. Very comfortable with good soundproofing. Nice central location for business and pleasure. Price was steep but I had not choice but to travel during the eclipse. Staff was well trained and quite friendly. Breakfast was included but the eggs were a bit dry. Can't complain about the price though and the coffee was very good.

Very nice best place to stay in nampa. It was great to find such a new hotel! Very modern, clean indoor pool and spa. Large room with spacious shower. Very quiet and slept well. Next trip back we will definitely stay here.

I love staying at new hotels. Everything is crisp, clean and shiny. I particularly loved this Best Western due to it's awesome modern design. The rooms are spacious and very well thought out. Love the 15 ft counter for placing all manner of traveling stuff: baggage, keys, computers, clothes. Love the plethora of outlets for recharging our many devices. Love that there's a bedside table on both sides of a queen bed. Love the huge TV mounted from from the ceiling and the rich option of programming. We didn't stay for breakfast, nor use the fitness center so can't comment there. But overall, this is my favorite new hotel in the suburbs of Boise and we'll be returning.

The staff were very, very helpful to the eclipse crowd. It's a new hotel, so still a little paint smell in the hallways, but the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The decor did not suit my taste (dark green with black paintings) but some people might like it. lots of storage and desk space.

This Hotel is new. The staff was very pleasant. The decor is lovely. The room is well thought out spotless. The bed was good. The shower was good. Would be nice if the hotels work to the same standard.

We checked in 8/16/17. Blanca was at the front desk. I booked at an online site and she took care of getting my points on the Best Western site. She was fantastic! Then we ate in the lounge where Alisa and Myra took care of our drinks and food. They even listened to our grandkids chatter. During this time Brenda, the General Manager, came around and was talking to us. All during our stay Brenda was there, friendly and visible. The motel was midrange in price and luxury in stay! Overall this visit was very memorable and pleasurable. Thank you!

The room was large and very nice. The bathroom was large as well with only a shower stall. Excellent HD cable TV. Had issue with clean towels every day, otherwise was nice. Restaurant in lobby but not used.

Everything was nice, this is still a brand new hotel. Only complaint was the mattress, couldn't get comfortable, had a stiff sore back in the morning. Everything was very clean, kids enjoyed the pool!

The facility and decor was great. The layout of the rooms gave a lot of space for moving around. The walk-in shower was huge and had a lot of space. The amenities were really good. Breakfast selection was great

What a wonderful surprise it was to stay in a brand new Best Western motel! Everything in the motel was sparkling clean and wonderfully decorated. Lots of thought was given to make the motel a pleasant and relaxed oasis.

This Best Western has all of the modern amenities you would expect to have with a new hotel. The room layout is a little unique from best westerns I have stayed at in the past and they did a good job with it. The bed is comfortable and the redesigned shower area looks great. The wide open breakfast area has a bright and inviting atmosphere. The physical location of the hotel puts you right near plenty of restaurants and grocery stores.

This hotel is very new. The decor is fresh and modern. Staff is helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast which was available by 6 AM, and the wi-fi in the room. Room cleaning service was delayed on one of the days but it did get done. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I recently took three grand kids on a road trip through Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. We stopped in Nampa because we like the look of the town; we were on our way to Glacier Nat'l Park, ultimately. We booked the BW Plus on a third party site and were very pleased with what we got. The hotel was recently built. It is centrally located near very nice little neighborhood. It had a very nice lobby and the young man behind the desk was pleasant and helpful. The indoor pool was a welcome sight after spending time in the sun. It was clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable Breakfast was sort of your standard hotel breakfast but it was clean and tasty.

Nice motel but person at front counter was far from being friendly. I arrived at 3:30 pm on a day that was over 100 deg..and had been up sense 4:30 a.m.I was hot and tired and just wanted to relax. The person at the counter would not give me the key to my room until exactly 4:00 even though my room was clean and ready. I did not want to sit in the lobby and wait so I sat out in the parking lot with the ac on for a half an hour. Im a Diamond Select member so I stay at Best Western a lot, this is the first time I have had an issue with not being able to go to my room unless it wasn't ready.

Really nice place. Did not hear any sounds thru the walls, the staff was so awesome and helpful. Everything was so nice and clean. I was great . The only thing is that it is a little tricky to find, it is not right off of the highway. But the Staff was awesome! They made you feel right at home.

Comfortable beds and modern well appointed rooms. Wifi and basic breakfast included. Clean. This was a great option for our family while on a road trip. The parking lot was well lit and accessible. My only complaint is the lighting in the public areas and rooms was very bright.

We were delighted with the comfort and atmosphere of this bright new hotel. The room was large with high ceilings and furnishings were well thought out for meeting travelers needs-- good bedside lighting, plenty of desk space, a sofa. The bathroom too was spacious and conveniently configured. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful. In terms of value for money this was an exceptional experience.

While in Nampa on business and a family wedding we stayed at this new BW Peepertree Hotel. It was nothing but an excellent experience. We stayed 3 nights. No matter what time of the day or night the staff would say hi as we walked into the hotel lobby. The greetings made us feel like they appreciated our business. This location has a nice pool/spa room, a good workout room, a great breakfast and open dining area. They also have a limited but healthy menu for dinner guest that want to stay at the hotel and not climb back in the car to head to a restaurant.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, and easy access to the hwy. Within driving distance to most major stores and restaurants. Fitness center is well maintained and the pool is very clean. Housekeeping does a great job making sure your room is clean and taken care of.

We had a great stay here. We booked this hotel while on a road trip. Pool open 24 hours. Great breakfast very helpful staff and overall we had a very wonderful experience. Would definitely stay here again.

This really is a great facility, this hotel just opened in April 2017, it is very modern, has a friendly professional staff, they all had matching uniforms. We especially enjoyed the nice dining area and well stocked breakfast in the morning.

The hotel is new and very decorated. We booked two rooms, both with one king size bed. The room was clean and very well laid out. I appreciated the fresh, sanitized TV remote. Thank You! The walk in shower was a dream. There was very little assistance from the front desk when we asked for maps or information about the surrounding area. We did utilize the computer and printer station in the lobby to get the information we needed.

Fresh new hotel (carpet still smelled"new") everything was great Quiet- good location- pleasant staff. Nice breakfast. Would have liked more variety in bed pillows - all 8 were very tall and very firm

Staff was excellent, responsive, and professional. They all deserve a atta boy, and a atta girl. They all went out of their way to be helpful. Had a key problem and manager opened and went down on his own to make new keys.

The service was great everyone was friendly, the rooms looked new, and the beds were comfortable to sleep on. The complimentary breakfast was a nice feature. The pool was a bit cold but it was open 24 hours do that was convenient.

Nice, new hotel. Breakfast was pretty good, loved the omelet makers! Rooms are big and comfy. Fridge was available in our room but not a microwave. Breakfast attendants needed to clear and wipe off the tables faster for breakfast.

This is a new hotel in a very quite neighborhood. The breakfast was great with a good selection. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are large with a great walk-in shower. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed for 6 nights so I was able to watch and make sure I didn't just hit a bad day. They were all the same. Understaffed to start with. With a couple of exceptions,The staff that there is still needs to learn how to behave in a service industry (i.e.: customer first attitude). Housekeeping was awful. Rooms were not cleaned; sometimes they made the bed and they always gave fresh towels but that was it. Beds were comfortable and the thermostats in the room worked well. Food was good, but they couldn't handle a large amount of people at one time. Location was good for me, but parking limited if there is an event going on at the civic center since they share a parking lot. Not sure if I would stay again.

The hotel is new and very clean. However they obviously are working out the bugs. They only had one person staffed at the breakfast - she was running around trying to manage everything. She was delightful but I felt so sorry for her and I know many people were probably frustrated.

This is a new Best Western and I love the style. The new modern style is sleek, I love that there are shower stalls instead of tubs with cloth shower curtains. I love that there are dispensers for the soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. There are flat screen TV's. The breakfast is awesome - they have an omelet machine - sort of like the waffle machine and in the evening it is a lounge with a bar and food. They accept dogs I'm sure at an extra cost but I saw one there. Parking is spacious, the employees are very friendly and efficient. If I had any reason to stay in Boise (we were just passing through), I would stay at this place

Hotel was overbooked. Staff unresponsive to problems. Didn't get the room I had booked for 4 people. One family member had to sleep on the floor because they have no roll-away. Not enough towels. Pillows are flat. Shower door leaks onto the bathroom floor. Just a bad experience.

This was my first stay with a Best Western in sometime, I found the amenities and a great value. This property was located to many of the service a traveler could possibly need. Being a brand new facility I found nothing lacking. The only possible draw back may parking during the larger events at the adjacent convention center , I did not experience this.

This hotel is beautiful, with very helpful and courteous staff. The breakfast area was very nice and offered many options, including an omelette station and fresh cut fruit. Excellent rooms, with comfortable beds, and the pool area was very nice as well.

We reserved a room at another hotel through an online service. Discovered that the hotel was overbooked. The online service got us a room at BW Plus Peppertree. We definitely believe that we got the better of the deal. Great place to stay, new, clean with great service. When we had an issue with our air conditioner, the front desk had it fixed within 15 minutes.

The hotel was very nice and the room was quite modern and I liked the decor... but the room price was way over what it should have been for the area. Nampa ID is not Boise, Portland or Spokane. The room was clean except for the shampoo dispenser had leaked over the shower floor making it quite slippery. The hotel gym was new... but lacked key pieces to make a complete workout so I had to go to a local Anytime Fitness to make my workout effective. The Hotel staff was very friendly and did a great job at check in.

Hotel and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and really enjoyed almost everything about the hotel except the bed. Just not comfortable for me. But who knows you might like it for me it just didn't work.

We arrived on the second day of this new hotel's 'soft opening'. Everything was wonderful, pleasant helpful front desk personnel, large (really large) room with contemporary decor. Comfortable, contemporary common areas, with pool, bar and breakfast area. Convenient location 5 minutes off I-84 and next to the Nampa Civic Center.

This is a brand new hotel and we arrived at their soft opening. Jesse Morales the General Manager was on top of everything and made sure all was running smooth. I suggested a few things to him and he made a point to write down the suggestions. We were in a room that was never slept in before and everything was working and perfect. The owner of the hotel was at the hotel and we had a chance to say 'hi'. This hotel will make a great addition to downtown Nampa.

Great place to stay! Brand new. Friendly and very helpful staff. Didn't get a chance to use the pool or fitness room but they looked great. Pet friendly. Easy on and off freeway. Will definitely come back.

This beautiful hotel had just opened a few days before our stay. Large rooms with full walk in shower and very comfortable beds. Indoor pool Hot Tub and fitness center which is open 24 hrs a day. Easy access on and off the freeway. Highly recommended.

Out of state management. Current general manager is brash and difficult to work with. I would not recommend any person working in this environment. New hotel. On busiest intersection in Nampa with no freeway walls.

Highly recommended BW hotel. Brand new. Clean rooms. Great staff. Breakfast was a treat because they use real cutlery and dishes and have a wonderful omelette machine using real egg mix and fresh ingredients. Thank you!
