Good Services and good experience. We had an team outing over there and everyone liked their services , next time I don't have to do research. Best option for company get together and team bonding . Rooms were neat and clean, food was good , staff was supportive.

We had our office party and the arrangements were great, pool was clean and all activities were available and of-course excellent food and hospitality. Staff was very cooperative along with room service. Really enjoyed and will definitely come back

The resort is around 1 and half hour from the New Delhi airport. If you want to spend some quality time amidst nature, this is a good option. Coming from the concrete jungle, one gets the taste of nature with green all around, chirping sparrows, and imortantly, two peacocks roaming around! Suggestion, my room did not have a master switch and electrivity waste was there.

We travelled from noida for our Annual Sales meeting for 3 nights 4 days..Highly satisfied with the arrangements by BWR staff.Mr.Deep in sales and Mr.Mukesh in operations have been very helpful 24*7..at Not even a single moment we were ignored by the staff.Mr.Jay, the steward staff and all other at every event were available with smile on their faces..They entertained each and every request of our team and addressed to it efficiently and quickly..Thank you Mr.Mukesh for giving us such a pleasant time..and because of you and your team we had a successful event..Thanks again to BWR for such a lovely ambience,food and staff every thing.

The venue was booked for a marriage function. Comfortable stay with excellent food appreciated by the guests. Kids enjoyed a lot. The campus was hygienic. No issues regarding safety and security of the residents. Cleanliness found everywhere.

I had an excellent excellent staying over the weekend the staff was very cooperative, Mr Mukesh, Ms Bhawna, Mr Bhimsingh & Mr Ali were very helpful, the ambience, food, location is very good. Can't wait to visit again, Its highly recommendable for family get-together and also for corporate events.

Very supportive staff, the facilities are well suited for both personal and professional setting. Their food is good quality mostly in grown, also we were given upgrade without any added cost. We came for one day for professional purpoe but felt like extending for personal purpose

If you're staying with them over the weekend, they will most likely keep blasting music till 11pm with only 7 people dancing around it. They should stop taking bookings from families if they're more interested in doing corporate events. Seriously disappointed, never staying here again.

Excellent services, nice staffs and extremely accommodative. The food was phenomenal with nice ambiance. Special thanks to Raman ji who have been instrumental in overall operations. It is a great place for your office retreats and to conduct all business meetings.

Loved the place absolutely. The management staff was really professional. The support staff was very cooperative. The place has the multiple options for team building exercises and one of the best thing was that there was no billing issue or any additional charges.

We hosted my sister's wedding at Best Western. It was a 2-day event, and our experience throughout with the Best Western staff, services, and infrastructure was amazing. The staff is well-equipped to manage big gatherings and their expertise allows you to enjoy your event with peace of mind. From a safety and security point of view as well the policies are well defined. Overall, strongly recommended.

Awsome place with so many activities for kids and youngs Best food and best service they never say no to anything i will 100% recommend to all and kids dnt want to go home it is such a beautiful place in lap of nature and speciall toy train camel ride lawn tennis pool table tennis and lot more

Don't waste your money in this resort. We paid a good amount for a room in which we got a pentagon (5 wall unsymetry) room with a TV on side wall so u can't even see it. Else we need to choose a interconnecting room with no privacy. After paying too much u will get a bed with separated mattresses which will tease you whole night. Then if u want to take a shower bath you need to stand in the bath tub, when everyone knows when u are standing in bath tub extra care need to be taken. Overall not recommended at all. Other options are better and cheaper nearby.

Not worth the money, food is ok and service is not upto the mark especially if they have another events aligned you will find delay in services. Plus , their delux category room is also small so be cautious while booking standard room and check .

I was referred by Mr. Brqjesh Jha, he has suggested me this place a year back, however due to my outstation trips, I couldn't visit. We however decided to visit this place and I must say me and my wife enjoyed the place for it's closeness to the nature and hospitality by the resort staffs. This luxurious property provides a perfect blend of modern amenities and traditional charm, ensuring a memorable stay. Very good property right on the outskirts of Gurgaon. The staff's hospitality is unparalleled, ensuring a memorable and personalized stay. Mukesh Jha ji at the property has ensured that our stay at the property was comfortable and great, that's to him for great hospitality. They made sure that necessary arrangements were in place and that we have a good experience. During our 2 day stay we were happy with the quality of food and taste, it was superb.

It was an amazing experience,we visited here for a corporate day outing,we were visiting here first time so was afraiding of experience, though it is located at outer edge of the city, But the hospitality which we got by Mr Raman Mishra, Mr Mukesh, Bhim Singh, Shahid Ali,and others really appreciable.This team doens't have Word NO in their dictionary whenever and whatever we asked they have provided us. Heads off to all Kitchen staff also who prepared a fresh and lip smacking food , the balance of spices was amazing. House keeping -We never asked for cleaning the staff was so attentive. All maintenance staff.everything was well maintained Front office was well dressed up and professional in interaction with us. The most memorable things which I observed here, Some of the staff was not well qualified like diploma holders or having 5 Star hotel background, but the way they were treating us much more better than a diploma holder staff, Whenever we cross any staff they always wish us by saying Namaste Sir. Very thankful to Mr/Mrs Sodhi keep these kind of people. Mr Raman Mishra and team you are rock.

Our recent office trip to Best Western Resort . The well-appointed rooms were not only comfortable but also impeccably clean, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of team-building activities. The staff at Best Western Resort deserves special commendation for their warm hospitality and attentiveness and food was delightful.The best part of the resort is the open spaces - the huge lawns, open coffee tables, gabbanas, zhoolas and lots of outdoor activities like cycling, horse & camel rides for kids & all, two swimming pools, spa etc.

Best place for a Family Reunion! We had a family union and were unable to finalise any place with decent number of rooms. Finally found this one.. Lalit from the booking team helped me close on the bookings very smoothly.. Moving on to check in process.. Ashish on the front desk was prompt and helpful for all the queries. Moving on to our stay.. it was a memorable one.. perfect place to have people of all age groups.. something or the other for everyone.. the property is huge so you can always go around and enjoy your personal time too.. We had some senior citizens in our group.. and Raman ji and his team helped us to arrange special food for them.. It's a great place for a family staycation.. close to Gurgaon and away from city's hustle bustle.. Your phone's network may not work at all (which is a blessing in disguise), so you are highly dependent on Resort's Wi-Fi.. Overall a great experience and stay to remember.. Thanks to the entire team for making our Family reunion a success..

We stayed this hotel for over two days. We enjoyed the hospitality this hotel offered. Ghanshyam Bhagat and Mukesh jha were fantastic. Both always helped us whenever we needed. Restaurant team took a sincere care of me and my family members with best hospitality and they made our stay memorable and joyful. Very grateful for Raman Mishra and the hotel management hiring such professional and caring staff in the Restaurant. we always remember this trip because of delicious food and great service.

The stay was very comfortable, especially thanks to Mr. Mukesh Jaha taken personally for memorable stay. We had a great fun over there, enjoyed all the meals, but required little improvement in the breakfast.

Perfect place for a family specially those have kids, this place is just wow. The amazing space & the vast area in which this is constructed. Found this place while randomly searching out for the best & near by resort to Delhi NCR. We Saw some videos for this resort from you tube, which made us more crazy to book the same for my family trip with my kid. Once we reached here, we received a warm welcome from the reception team. Specially Pooja ( Frontdesk Reception), who helped me to get a good room with a perfect balcony view of garden. Such a hospitality we were getting there, Pooja explained all types of fun activities such as horse/Camel ride, kids toy train, kids swings, Rain dance, swimming pool, DJ night with a blasting sound to enjoy the beats, go carting for kids, tennis/badminton/volley ball/Cricket spaces, a big chess playing space, tambola game , kids special toys section etc. Food is also good, they have buffet and alacarte as well. Everyone should atleast come once & enjoy this place. I am good to come here again n again.

Amazing place to visit. Ambience is so good. There are so many activities you can do with your friends and family such as camel riding, go karting, horse riding, indoor/outdoor games, pool access, rides for kids, rain dance, live music and Dj and many more. Staff is also splendid. Pooja from front office she is so polite and nice, the kind of hospitality she provided us is remarkable.

Firstly, after reading previous reviews & seeing management's involvement, was hopeful that the issues mentioned would be sorted. please read our experience below, before the management starts on their standard lines -" where did we go wrong" & starts with their usual lip service, without any intent to improve things. Getting charged the complete amount before you are handed your room key does feel cheap…. They have untrained & unprofessional staff, and I came back feeling angry and disappointed. the staff deployed are probably from nearby villages and not trained, they attend to you in chappals, give you extra coffee sashes in a bag-Jhola 1. we travelled with advance booking with family & a baby of 15 months, we were given a room on 1st floor, with absolutely straight and steep stairs & without any break in them, people will leave wet spots on these, exposing us to a greater risk of falls from these stairs and repeated use of the same was painful. we had to keep a eye out when family was using these stairs on their own. 2.washroom flowing throughout, wonder why they would not check these beforehand. 3. Sockets out of the holders, inconvenient and a safety risk for the baby. 4.out of the six meals we had- not once did we spend less than 20 minutes for glasses, spoons, forks or water. one time the person came with a single spoon and fork on a table of 4 & said enjoy, @ Sunday dinner one guest had to shout on top of his voice as he was waiting for over 25 minutes for glasses on their table. restaurant visits were horrible and just to organize a table and necessities- required one of us to go before to ensure table was ready. the staff will repeatedly come to table see and still miss what was required. 5. wait for 15 to 20 minutes for a naan/roti 6.staff would not change the linen no matter how dirty it was and were needed to be told. 7.the person will serve the next table but place his stuff on our table and leave. 8. last breakfast- we had bunch of tissues thrown at our table - really ! it took five minutes to register 9. they will just say alright to everything and leave 10. Out of so many staff in the resto.. they will just talk between themselves standing in the already congested food area and make movement even more difficult for guests. 11.Pool attendant will repeatedly switch off the water to the slide because kids were attracted to it, he kept asking us and other families to go to the rain dance. 12. Extra mattress for the help was absolutely dirty with black stains. 13. Food is just passable and will put it in average of above average category 14. Wi-fi doesn't work, and to top it they keep changing the password without letting you know, so second day required 4 phone calls and each time we were handed a different password. 15. Lights go off very frequently resulting in blackouts. Was difficult to have 1 meal without issues. After a damage of 40 k for 2 nights, we would have expected the basics to be in place. apologies if this is harsh but subjecting your guests to the above is absolutely not done and not acceptable. we feel this to be an wasted expanse and time, quite honestly, I'm not sure how this property is getting good reviews. Not recommended and the management needs to address these basic concerns on war footing instead of just writing out thank you notes, I welcome the management to spend and stay at this property with their own money and then attempt these courtesy notes. You will realize how sorry this sound. very poor show. regards.

I am going this property since 24 years, staffs are so good specially Raman ji, f&b manager and Mukesh jha ji Restaurant head who alway helpful all the time whenever we visit with my family and friends. Today we really enjoyed Independence day special food, mouth watering and delicious food with best hospitality by Restauran team. Property is full of activities and we'll maintained. Whenever we visit always find difference and best quality. We really Love this property.....next time will come with more family members and planning for alluminium trip also.

It's a beautiful lush property and pretty big. I hosted my Birthday party and stay there with friends and family. The staff was so helpful and welcoming. We had an amazing time. Food was exceptional. They have two big swimming pools. One for adults and another for kids. It's the place to chill or to spend weekend there. They have plenty of activities planned for the weekend.

Wonderful resort to relax with exceedingly good food, well-kept rooms and lawns and the walkways. Very pleasant and hospital staff and management. We found all the staff members very polite and courteous. A special mention of the hospitality of the General Manager, Mr. Ashok Patel and their F & B Manager, Mr. Mukesh Kumar is absolutely necessary as all of us found them very accommodating and always willing to help. We had a wonderful time at the resort.

An ideal resort for all age groups; from children to senior citizens. Whether you need activities for children or just relaxation for young people or total relaxation and a stroll in a serene environment, the resort has all these facilities. Food is excellent and the rooms are spacious and well maintained. A very good Indian and Continental spread. Above all, the staff and management are very polite and helpful. I would like to make a special mention of their Food & Beverages Manager, Mr. Mukesh Kumar, who is very caring, compassionate and accommodating. I was not feeling well and therefore, was compelled to request him for a meal without spices and he was kind enough to oblige. The staff of the restaurant perform excellently well under his able leadership. Overall, the credit goes to the top management led by their Director, Ms. Sodhi and the General Manager Mr. Ashok Patel. I wish them well.

Nice cozy resort with many amenities, activities and good food! We had a lovely 1 week break at the resort with warm hospitality extended by friendly and caring staff. Best Western Country Club was the ideal location for our wedding. The property was well maintained with excellent service. People savored the food, which was carefully crafted to our specifications by the chef. Their recommended events team - Tamana Events went beyond our expectations. Best Western is being sold as 4 star property but it actually meets 2 or 3 star resort facilities. Hospitality is great. Food was pathetic, Lunch and Dinner was very very spicy, oily as if prepared by some marriage halwai... I fell ill after having their Vinegar rich manchow soup, throut infection leading to fever. We had normal diet in lunch but food was so heavy that we almost skipped dinner, just had khichdi in dinner...Breakfast was still acceptable. Suggestion is not to go for all meals package. Deluxe rooms are so badly designed that LED is placed on the right hand side of the bed. Washroom was without dryer or vanity mirrors. A lot available for kids like toy train, sand play area, activity room with some seapage smell, lawn tennis, badminton, volley ball, cricket...

Excellent venue to host a big official event with 200+ members. Great taste of food, very spacious if we consider both front and back locations. Great staff support round the clock. Over all a worthy place.

Really very nice, overall great service. Every single staff is very respective and supportive. There is well Mentenened gardens, swimming pools, and playing area.. Best food quality ever and they have own beak biscuits.

We have booked a event in April for November, their GM Ms. Sodhi is so much old and she never ever used to remember anything and disclosed the rates in front of guest in our second meeting. I have got a eye opener when in the month of November 1st week they have closed the event directly and informed me that guest has postponed their event. However event happened on same date as they were lying, Later when I proved that event happened on same date they have stop reverting. My entire efforts and planning of 6 months gone for the toss, Loss of money, and wealth, The most unprofessional and liar people sitting in Management.

It's all perfect. From check-in experience, getting complementary upgrade. Mr. Ashok Patel is very humble & always ready to provide some special treatment. Also got special treatment at restaurant with extra complementary desert. Arranged Car for site seeing at very reasonable rates & with good travel agency. My recent visit to the resort on 29th and 30th October for a weekend stay was indeed memorable. The cooperation shown by the staff - especially Mr Ramesh with the room bookings allowing flexibility of early check-in; and Mr Raman Mishra who is F&B manager - was exemplary and commendable in making my stay at the resort extremely comfortable and memorable. The room was tidy and The food was excellent I will make it a point to come to the resort at the earliest opportunity to make more sweet memories.

In the recent past, we visited the BWRCC for a corporate event and it was truly an overwhelming experience. This is an amazing resort situated in the heart of NCR (Manesar). Frankly speaking I being the organizer was a bit hesitant initially but after I personally visited the property, rooms, conference hall, food menu etc. I gained confidence. I guess it is the biggest resort in NCR with such a greenery. We witnessed couple of peacocks & ducks in morning hours. Must say, the front desk staff ladies (Saroj and Bhawna) are very professional and makes our corporate group check-in very smooth. Each staff working there is polite, humble and treats you like their family member. The rooms were cleaned, comfortable and smells good. Furthermore, there is a variety of activities (Cricket, Badminton, Tennis Court etc.) available for guests. There is a convenient store where guests can pick up a few items. In conference room also they gave dedicated person/ executive throughout the day for any requirement. DJ session was also a lot of fun. We recommend their “Beetroot Halwa”, this was so tasty that we asked Chef (Mr. Ravinder) to keep it as a special treat for our staff. The food was delicious, and everyone praised it. Special Thanks to Mr. Raman Mishra (F&B Manager) who managed our stay and continuously stood with us and took care of every last-minute request. This was our 4th visit to this resort in the last 7 years and we found that the get up of the rooms has improved tremendously. The bathrooms have been totally renovated. The staff in the reception area as well as the room and restaurant areas were extremely courteous and helpful. Room service is excellent. We had our company's Family Day event at Best Western Resort Country Club. Best Western Resort Country Club was the perfect choice for us, there is large event space for various activities and the great staff made sure the events went smoothly. The hotel food was also of a very high quality with an impressive choice at breakfast. Combined with a stunning view and greenery around, we couldn't have asked for a better place for our company. 5 days stay was really good. The staffs are also good and friendly. Foods are testy. If you want to breathe some fresh air, if you want some peace in life, If you want some relaxation just go there. For newly married couple it is fine, For business purpose it is fine.

This a diamond in the rough the suite was lovely and the staff tremendous. If you want away from everything then this the place to come. Great for holidays with the kids Also in my opinion great for conferences as there is nothing nearby. They have a restaurant so you do not have to leave the property

Had an amazing stay at this lovely , well maintained property , had fun activities , many sports to opt for , and the highlight was the pool -seemingly quite big clean with a bar setup near it The food and buffet was lavish . Mr mukesh the restaurant manger is very cooperative with all the guests and has all the liesuning skills to entertain all your demands . Above all , the front desk manager Mr Ramesh is a gem of a person , always at his feets working his level best to keep up the high standards , and concludingly had an amazing trip and would love to visit here soon for i found peace here leaving Behind the chaos .

Great place to spend your vacation with family. Friendly staff with brilliant service. Restaurant incharge Mr.Ramesh and Mr.Mukesh were very cooperative and even offered to serve as per choice beside the buffet menu. I was looking for a short holiday near gurgaon, found best western via online search. Went there with family. It was a great experience kids had an amazing time in the pool and garden . Smelly rooms. Broken and / or missing inroom facilities. Unsafe exteriors ; insects wild life ...termites in grass lawns and bushes ..which sadly the resort pits out as its star attractions leaves much to be desired. Swimming pool only for show ...water not cleaned regularly..no hold bars....attendent not in swimming gear with no personal hygiene or softskills..or training.

We went for a corporate outing and the hospitality was A1, the food lounge and cafeteria had a premium vibe, staff was very friendly. The sports area is fully equipped and the resort is really well maintained. A must visit.

Location of resort is terrible no sign board are there u can on rely upon google maps , road nearby are in worst state with big pitholes . Upon reaching We waited for bell boy atleast 20 minutes , then reception staff left us to figure out our way to room didnt give us a shuttle to escort ,As room are very away from reception area. Resort has ample space but it is poorly maintained, ambiance is not same as shown in pic ( online ) Train area is poorly maintained with visible cracks on train & cemented bunches are broken , swings were rusted and perforation is seen on them easily . There are some activies like badminton& golf ,but there no sports gear for them . Swimming pool is dirty with leaves & ants in them nearby shower need maintenance, Room are not upto mark according to charges , cleanliness is a concern as I doubt they santise the rooms .The washroom was not working properly. For that price overall room isn't well maintained ,Stains on walls, chipped n stained furniture, NO wifi . Quality is worth ₹2000 -3500 room. Food quality is poor , they will serve u with pre-filled water bottle instead of packed bottle . I think management is careless abt customers & there health . Last but not least they will push u to checkout at 11am while in the booking mentioned Checkout time is 12noon .

We planned our mini batch meet of 20 families of doctors from snmc 92 batch in this resort, it was a weekend event. The resort is excellent with spacious rooms, good enjoyable aminities specially swimming pool. The food was also good with many varieties. Special thanks to your front office manager Mr Ramesh, who coordinated very well, made our check in and check out process very smooth. He also attended to our small small concerns and rectified them promptly.

Worst resort in the city. Ms. Archana, DGM is full of ego and attitudes. I called her for my booking and the way the query was dealt shows her hospitality and the mess we would invite by visiting any of their properties across the globe. Families travel for relaxation and peace. This lady at the Manesar property is full of nonsense and high drama. She screams on the call and humilities the clients. You ask her for clarity or more information she disrespects and calls you uneducated. No one wants such harassment. Bingo Best Western Resort for having such an amazing team to handle your affairs. First impression is always the lasting impression. I or any of my family members and friends will never use any of your properties worldwide.

The resorts is very well designed and maintained. We are impressed with food quality. Services are above par. Swimming pool and Rain dance is awesome. And above this the DJ is mind blowing. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

I stayed in the garden resort for 2 nights. It's extremely nice and wonderful. It has lot of activities for both children and adult. Restaurant food is nice. The staff is very helpful and is always there to look after all your needs. Since I was travelling with my 3 yr old kid, Mr Bhim Singh (from restaurant of resort garden) made sure everything was available. Although, complete staff is highly trained and professional but Mr. Bhim is best. Thanks

We hosted a three day wedding at the resort in May 2022. The event was very well appreciated by all our guests and immediate family members. Raman's on-ground arrangement and the great food by the chefs really made it worthwhile. Special support from Mrs. Sodhi was something something without which every wedding at any venue is incomplete. Her expertise with food, vendors and event management is exceptional! We shall always remember the property for its greenery, natural beauty and grandeur! :)

It is a very nice place, to be in here, all the things and managers are really caring and are always ready to support and help the guest who is there. Saroj ji, Bhim ji, Dimple ji, Ritesh ji, have all been very supportive and passionate to resolve all problems faced by us.

We booked for 4th April'22 one night stay bit stayed at Best Western Resort Country Club for an extra night ‘cause the services are excellent & unparalleled.The way Mr.Ramesh Kumar personally attended to us as soon as we reached there & his entire team ensured our comfortable stay. The meals were marvellous with lots of variety at hand & we highly recommend the property. We have been frequent visitors here & will continue to be there with our guests as often as we can.

Indeed it was a superb experience to be at this lovely resort felt like so closed to nature .. wonderful place to see such greenary along with peacock dancing infront of our rooms .. morning tea outside our cottage .. night party with songs apart from the DJs.. i must say it's not only the property which is different from others in this Buzz of city life but the class of service by the team be it reception with welcome drinks...special thanks to Ramesh Ji for the support and superb coordination , concierge, House Keeping, In Room Dining , Restaurant Buffet .. freshly made pasta .. Bengal Nariyal ke laddo ..with heat beating Chach , fresh juices and so on ... Mind blowing good options in each meal .. and top class taste .. we felt blessed as our Dad who is 83 was so much taken care by all ..be it our Battery Operated Rickshaw Ashish Bhaiya Baba who was like always ready outside our cottage .. or the inter connected rooms that gave us the home feeling was wonderful.. Baccha party were like crazy with all the indoor activities and especially the camel and horse rides , toy train and pottery making with endless jhulas .. funpacked Rain dance and such lavish swimming pool .. indeed thinking to visit again soon and meet the lovely people of Best Western again ... We had been too the place with our family, parents and kids. It was an awesome delight to see the hospitality of the central manager Mr sengupta, the reception Ms bhist, the dinning- Ms pratibha, Mr ramakant, Mr Rawat. One word for this resort is Wow, I was thr with a group of 40 people and we stayed in Resort Garden area which is 300 mtrs away from main resort. Such a wonderful hospitality by whole staff. Specially wants to mention few people who are very good in the job. Mr. Sonu who was in restaurant and he was way to polite and very good at his work, everybody in my group was appreciating him. Mr. Raman, Mr. Ramesh both the managers are very humble and supportive, if I need anything they both were thr thru out our stay. Food was very good and rooms were very neat and clean. Recommend for corporate offsite or wedding.

Hospitality was quiet Perfect. And Mr. Raman Mishra was so supportive & helpful, whose always keen to listen or has ability to learn from the guests to improve more & more. And always a check whether clients are happy or not. And I guess that kind of Staff, Managers, Superiors etc Hotel Industry needs.

The place was very quite and beautiful at times and was a very happening and joyful place sometimes . It was beautiful combination . The staff is very helpful and the food is really very tasty . Very nice ambience and they have got many games and they have badminton , table tennis and tennis court and we can play ludo and chess and gold and chess too .

Best Western Resort Country Club is free from pollution & congestion of Delhi. The lush green Environment of the Resort makes us the perfect place for relaxing and enjoy our holiday Front office manager mr ramesh Bhardwaj had put all his effort to make our stay comfortable. So many many thanks to him to make our stay the perfect holiday.

We stayed here on 23-24 Dec 2021. The place has something for everyone irrespective of the age group. This is a detailed review with the below sections: 1. Property (including facilities) 2. Rooms 3. Service 4. Food 5. Location 1. Property - The property is amazing and is spread in a huge area (around 8 acres). There are lot of open spaces and greenery in and around the property. Towards evening, peacocks can be seen roaming around in the resort. There are many birds species in the surrounding region. There is designated areas for each of the following sport - Cricket, table tennis, badminton, volley ball, Mini golf. A big chess and Ludo area is available which has boards drawn on the ground and the size of these boards is approx. 13X13 feets. Many swings are available for kids. A toy train is also available which kids enjoy a lot. There is also an activity room for kids. There is no dearth of options for kids and they enjoy a lot here. On the Christmas eve, there was a drawing competition for kids up to 12 years of age (This I have heard is quite regular on Fridays/weekends). There was also a tambola game for adults. Camel and horse rides are available which both kids and adults can enjoy. There are 3 swimming pools available but only one is functional in winter season and that too was not being used by anyone due to the cold weather. Bicycles are available on rent. 2. Rooms - Rooms are very clean with all amenities available - Tea/coffee maker, room heater, AC, blankets, quilts, sleepers. Toothbrush, paste, shaving kit, hair dryer, towels and bath kit (toiletries) is available in bathroom. Body wash and shampoo are available in dispensers attached near shower, unlike in small bottles found at most places including the high end ones. For a single room with a double bed, the bathroom is approx. 10X6.5 feet in size. 3. Service - Service is very prompt. Staff is very polite. Due to Covid norms in force, vaccination certificate for the second dose was required to check in. We were late to check in and missed our lunch at the resort. The staff at the resort offered us that we could take the lunch on the next day after the check out. Room service is available till 10 pm. As an exception, milk can be requested till late night via room service. This is very helpful if one is travelling with young kids. Even at the breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet there was a lot of staff available which made sure a prompt service is being provided to the guests. 4. Food - Food was a near perfect experience and it is extremely difficult to find anything which was not excellent. Variety in the buffet was good and so was taste. The only thing I did not like was a complementary cake they provided on my wife's birthday. It was a bit hard and taste was not up to the mark. The same cake was incidentally available in the desserts in the dinner buffet that night and it was amazing! I was surprised to find the difference in the quality and taste of the complimentary vs what they offered as a part of buffet. This put me a little off. 5. Location - The resort is approx. 17 Kms drive from Manesar toll plaza. There are multiple routes available. The most travelled route is highway route till the "Bikanerwala" which is around 12 Kms from Manesar toll. The resort is 5 kms inside the village from there and the road has to be literally found amongst big pothols. Another better route is via akbarpur village - Though no highway but the road is decent. No potholes. Overall this place is highly recommended, Hope this review provides all useful info.

An excellent experience in the wedding of my sister at this venue. Great place and very supportive staff especially Mr Ramesh (front desk), Mr Joshi and Mr Mukesh (F&B) for the whole of the event. The place is exquisite with all the thing in place when required and my entire family enjoyed a lot during the entire event.

Best Resort to spend time with Family and Friends. I visited the resort with my family and extended family and we were 10 Adults and 4 Kids. Everything was very well managed with help of Mr RAMESH and team…first they arrange all our rooms together in a row and then the service and seamless and smooth execution of meals and billing was very well done. It was my 7th visit and I love the time I spend in this resort. Thanks you Mr Ramesh once again.

We as a couple of families stayed at Best Western Resort recently. The property is huge and there are numerous activities for kids and adults alike, which makes it worth a stay. Swimming pool, DJ, animal rides, sports activities; all this will ensure you have a lot to feel engaged through the day. The food was sumptuous and the staff was cordial. Overall, we felt the service was good. Food was on the costlier side though. Another downside was that the rooms and room amenities lacked maintenance. This should definitely be improved for a perfect stay. Overall, recommended especially if you visit in a group or as a family with kids.

The place and food is good but over-priced. The staff especially Dharmendra, Arun Kumar and Jaspreet runs a racket to extort money. They won't discuss all details with you. Would not recommend anybody to host a party.

The landscape and amenities are ample and engaging for all ages. The service staff are really good and caring. Mr.Dharmendra and Ramen were efficient and ensured that my group was taken care of. The food was great without being overly spicy. Apart from some tweaks to the plumbing (the hot water and shower did not work in my room) it a great place for a getaway, family or business!! Specially post the long lockdown!

Worst place to spend time with your family. Pathetic food, Pathetic room service, Pathetic taste,we fell sick after eating food over here. High prices, room cleanliness is a concern as I doubt they santise the rooms. We could find dirt in the room. The washroom was not working properly. Front desk responds to your request at their own pace. Even after telling about the washroom and flush issue the problem was not sorted. In room dining was also a bad experience. Very high prices and very low quality. Cheap Dhabas serve better food. Please dont visit the place. I will never recommend it.

Took our parents for a nights stay as they had been indoors for the entire pandemic duration . Ms. Jaspreet Mehta helped us book 2 resort garden rooms that had a splendid spread of greenery in front of them . There were numerous activities for the kids and they enjoyed to their heartful. Parents could take long nature walks , play indoors games and enjoy the scrumptious food . The service was very prompt and we made some very good memories .

It was ridiculous stay not a stay experience rooms r not clean so bad condition rooms I was a Diamond guest they are not ready to give me room because of I am booking through member reward points. After that anyhow take the room key and go into the room it was so bad experience for me

Went to this resort on my bday, had a great time there playing badminton and other sports, camel rides are available for kids which is really good, cycles are available on rent if you like riding bicycle. This resort is very close to nature, if you are a nature loving person you will definitely enjoy, we watched ducks, peacock, various other birds there, different types of trees are marked with the name, this place is very good for kids for learning from seeing. Food is very good , staff is very courteous. All and all its a good stay resort near delhi ncr

Great property, with beautiful sprawling lawns and a lot of games options. The staff, everyone from welcome, housekeeping to restaurant, they were extremely helpful and hospitable and polite. The food layout was good. All the three meals had different food options and the food tasted good! The room we stayed in was big and bright and cozy! A must visit for one of your staycations or weekend stays!

Went there on an office trip. Really great facilities, amazing & supportive staff. Amenities inside are also well maintained and regulated. Had a great time playing Table tennis, 8 ball pool & Cricket. It's worth mentioning that they have a dedicated cricket playground. Overall Superb experience, would love to go again.

My mom had not stepped out anywhere since months due to Pandemic and hence I decided to take her out to a nice resort close by for some rejuvenation. Best Western Resort Country Club, Manesar is at a 1.5 hour smooth drive from Delhi and we reached there in no time. . From our arrival until our check out, what was consistent was the warmth with which the staff serves you here. The staff is so approachable and at your service, all the time. We were welcomed with some nice refreshing drinks, followed by an easy check-in. . We had taken a studio room for our stay. Before I tell you about our room, I need to tell you how gorgeous this resort is. Walking to your room surrounded by the green patch is such a relief to the eyes. It's in the middle of Nature, surrounded by beautiful trees and lush greenery. You'll get to hear the birds chirping around. It's absolutely soothing to the ears. . Now talking about our room, what a spacious room it was. A dining room attached with our bed room and also a seperate closet area. Neat, clean, tidy and welcoming. Yes I call neat rooms welcoming. . There are multiple indoor and outdoor fun activities for the families, including cycling, horse riding, camel riding, lake side chilling, balloon shooting, badminton, cricket, rain dancing when it comes to the outdoor fun and super exciting rides for the kids, it's a perfect place for kids to have a Gala time. In addition, there are many indoor games as well. . Food is quite delicious, you'll get a feeling of almost home cooked tasting food. You get a variety of options to savour in their buffet spread. We also did a in-room dining one night and the food was stunningly tasty. I also requested for breakfast in bed, and the way they arranged it was so impressive. . . My mom was enjoying everything over there, even sitting on a swing in the garden and chilling with her was a bliss. It's one of my best memories with my mom.. . I would highly recommend this resort to everyone, who would like to visit with their friends, families, bffs, cousins, office gangs etc. A perfect place to unwind and relax.

Had a great weekend stay at Best Western resort. Completely kid-friendly place with lots of activities for all age groups. A great place for weekend gateway near delhi /gurgaon. Activities are good and its full of nature. Resort is having very huge space for activities for every age group. But food is the only flaw here. Food is very expensive and its taste (veg) needs very much improvement.

This is in reference to Room no. 19 and 20. We stayed at the resort from 18-20th of June. We have stayed at Best Western resort numerous times and unfortunately this time the experience was simply bad because of the following reasons: 1) The AC kept leaking out water into the room from day 1. Even though after two complaints, the maintenance team came over to fix it but the issue persisted throughout our stay. 2) The waiting for food was 15 minutes over the regular 30 minutes which we experience whenever we visit the resort. 3) Our costumes were stolen from the pool. After numerous complaints, two of the three costumes were returned to us. 4) The resort staff disturbed us twice at 2:30am for something that was not ordered by us. In this case, it was a mattress. I was already planning to submit this complaint on the website before you contacted us for a review on our stay. It was pretty disheartening to see the service going downhill especially when hotels and resorts have had enough time during lockdown to give a fully sanitized and organic stay. Instead, it feels like the service is spiraling towards the other end of the spectrum.

Hospitality and service presented to us was splendid. The maintenance and cleanliness everything is up to the mark. Overall it's a worth it place to spend your time with your family and Friends or to have your functions to be celebrated at.

Horrible experience. Property was not at all maintained. Rooms were not hygeinic,no mineral water only normal water prefilled in glass bottles,had to call room service many times for one thing and that too after so much struggle, staff was rude esp manager Mr Gupta was so rude that he nearly yelled at us for just sitting beside pool.hopeless service.would not suggest this resort to anyone.

It was really awesome weekend trip. Swimming pool was very clean. Food was good. Services were also good. They have DJ as well which can doubles up your fun. Recommend this place to visit with their families to have fun.

Best Wesrern's Resort Garden is ideal for a Group family vacation as it offers ample space (the hutments) overseeing a large lawn with facilities of swimming pool, dining area and activity centre. Look for F&B Manager Firoz Khan, he is very accommodative. His whole team especially steward Kanchan is very helpful. Overall wonderful experience staying at this resort. Areas of improvement includes cleanininess of activity centre, preperation of food (veg lasagne, indian veg curry prep), locks malfunction of the doors, AC maintenance. Thankfully the service was prompt. Overall a great experience for a family group vacation.

Best resort near Delhi! My favourite resort, been 2 years and i cannot find a better place than BWRCC. From there staff to, ambience, cleanliness, everything is perfect. This resort is soo close to nature you will feel like you are nowhere near Delhi. It gives you a feel of hills. Definitely a place to relax on weekends. We visited the property on 23-Jan-21 to 25th Jan 21. This was our second visit. The property is full of space and activities for kids from rides to open spaces.It was all amazing. Special mention to Ramesh ji who helped us get rooms with amazing view and space. he also helped us with heater to sit under gazebo and enjoy our meals. Food in buffet is just about ok , can be improved. However ala carte food was good on taste but can hit pocket for few. Overall the property is good for a short getaway for family with kids, lawns are well accessible and you can enjoy the sun .

The place is just 30 mins drive from Gurgaon however, strategically away from husle bustle of city. It has many facilities like sports, games, kids area (multiple games) swimming pool. animal rides, etc to enjoy. However in terms of suggestion they need to focus on taste of food and House Keeping. We were hesitant travelling in such grave scenario of Covid. But to our surprise The Best Western Resort Country Club was totally equipped to handle this. The measures taken for our safety were par excellence. On our arrival the temperatures were thoroughly checked, the staff was taking utmost care to sanitise everything. The waiting lounge furniture was wrapped with disposable sheets. Social distancing was followed. The rooms were sanitised thoroughly, house keeping staff was taking all the measures. And ofcourse the stay in itself is always a pleasant experience at the resort. The green area, play area, various activities, the whole atmosphere is so relaxing and sets the holiday mood. Food is very delicious and hygenic and is served piping hot. So I for sure would be spending more weekends there. Keep it up :)

I was worried to go on a holiday with my family at the time of pandemic. However, on reaching thr resort my worries faded away. The rooms were sanitized,before check in and were sanitized every subsequent day. The restaurant too was sanitized after every meal. There is ample green cover and open spaces to ensure social distancing. There were many activities to keep us busy throughout the visit. The bouffe had good options and food tasted well. The staff was courteous and the services were well. All in all, its is a good place to go on a holiday with your family and friends.

Let me start by saying that you will love the location. If you are looking for a quick weekend getaway from Delhi, this resort would have been perfect if not for the staff and food. You will be greeted at the front desk reception by a lady who could not care less. Imagine trying to haggle at the RTO office. Pro tip - The room will take 2 hours, whether you come early, late or on time, so make sure she knows you have arrived and head straight into the gardens. Of course just like at an RTO office there are forms to fill - Lots of them. I, for one, forgot to take back my driving license. They did not even bother calling me. On asking why was I not informed, the lady said you should have asked for it. What is rather interesting is that they have a bunch of these cards lying in their desk - I counted 20 in just once bunch. I guess everyone has hobbies - some collect stamps. These guys collect driving licenses. Let's talk about "food". Spare your stomach and pocket the pain. They don't even bother hiding the fact that it's more than a few days old. The idlis are a marvel - Gurgaon's cash strapped home builders could learn a thing or two about how to make good quality bricks. You have two options in this regard - order only the fresh omelette or drive to McDonalds and subway, which are just 10 minutes away. Do not buy the room with breakfast. Also, not a single staff was wearing mask correctly. Mask wearing was a formality that was quickly forgotten after the frontdesk. Its also worth pointing out that there are tons of places to hang around in the resort and take selfies at. But you can't really sit anywhere - its pretty dusty. It really is sad. It's a pretty large resort which has just not been maintained well. I imagine that with the right management, it could do rather well.

Very good option for a weekend getaway. Too much space for many activities for adults as well as for the kids. Staff is superb and very polite. Food is something which should not be missed. Pricing is little less competitive but in exchange of that "experience" is something which they serve you. I highly recommend this place for any short weekend getaway.

Visited the property for a leisure break. Overall was a good stay with amicable staff, good food & well maintained resort. There's some sort of activity for every age group. Lush greenery of the resort is a highlight.

Area wise its quite big and good for family get-togethers, especially in winters. But rooms, not that great with the tarrif charged. Plus food and over all service also wasn't that great you would like, considering the brand it is. Deluxe rooms aren't the same as shown in pictures so dont go by that. Deluxe and executive rooms are pretty much identical. Apartments are still worth considering the open space it jas infront of it. Ask for them, they are subject to availability, since they are specifically for their members with 2k on top of the tariff at that moment.

We had a wonderful experience staying in this property. The rooms were well cleaned and sanitized. The kind of dream wedding my sister had always thought of came true with this destination. The sanitization levels were up to the mark. The staff was always wearing mask. Also the food quality was excellent and all the guests had an amazing time. We visited this property for organising my sister's wedding. The property is very spacious and situated far away from metro area. We really enjoyed the natural beauty there.By God's grace, the weather was awesome during wedding days. The rooms were very clean and had all the necessary as well as luxurious services. The staff was very cooperative ( especially Saroj Thakur Mam) who tried to help us in every possible manner and made our experience wonderful. Cons- As huge distance is there between the parts of property(very difficult to travel by walk), cart is needed for travelling which were not there in sufficient quantity and we had to wait few times.

Pros: This place is really away from the city and gives such a beautiful feeling to relax and enjoy your stay. Amazing service and housekeeping. Would recommend this place for wedding as well as relaxed stay. Very polite gentlemen at your service without any fuss. We partied late nights keeping social distance intact as the area is widespread. Cons: Plz put some mist fans and coolers in the lawns or sitting areas to enjoy in the natural beauty.

I'll begin with the things that matter to me, there were no plastic bottles for shampoo, lotion, body wash and drinking water. It's a huge step if the hospitality industry start using these little measures against one time use plastic. Having said that, there s still some plastic left for packagin of dental kits etc. The property is beautiful, serene location, it was cloudy days so all we could hear was birds chirping and peacocks eeeiu-ing. It was a perfect get away from the city . For Covid, they had strict measures in place right from the sanitization tunnel to the staff on the property. Clean rooms. Prompt service. Food could be improved.

I have visited this place along with my family and I am very much satisfied with the service and hospitality. The food was amazing and the best part is the property which has almost everything from TT, badminton court, volleyball court, cricket net and many more. I would recommend this place if you want to relax along with other activities.

Recently we had a business get together for our pan India staff. we booked around 40 rooms and stayed here for 3 days. the trip was excellent and the resort was really well maintained. Here are the few highlights of our stay, in such conditions when everyone was panicked about the outspread of Corona virus, 1. Temperature check at check in - all my staff members were checked if anyone had any flu like symptoms or if anyone had temperature. we all were made to give a written declaration about the recent travel history and medical condition. 2. Hand Sanitizers everywhere - at check in, in restaurants, in meeting hall, lounge, in short the resort did not compromise on the health of guests and kept adequate supply of sanitizers everywhere. guidelines for personal hygiene were also present to make people aware . the staff had masks on their faces and extra care was being followed to maintain hygiene. 3. polite and helpful staff - all staff members were courteous and helpful to us and were always found at service with polite attitude and a big smile. apart from these, the rooms were clean and tidy, the garden was well maintained, food was amazingly yummy, swimming pool was cleaned twice a day. All our staff members were happy to attend the meeting there where they could indulge in many other activities (like cricket, football, badminton, horse ride, camel rides) after hectic work hours. Improvements required - Lobby area is a bit dull and needs a revamp. we ordered canned real juice which almost cost us 1000 INR for a 1 ltr box of Real juice. so that needs to be checked.

Location of this resort was terrible. Outside of the resort was trashy. Service was good, but there is nothing to do there. There are some activies like badminton, but the equipment are old and dont work. The advertised information and pictures are all misleading.

I am a regular visitor of this club...this time we had planned a small get together with my company staff we were 25to30 member. Everything was organised so well. It was a complete package trip.we enjoyed our stay over there.good facilities of games, horse riding, swimming pool and the most important was Food and atmosphere all are amazing.cleaniness was too good... The BW team was always there to help me with whatever I needed and their staff is polite, friendly and cooperative. Once again a big thankyou to Mrs. Sodhi and BW team!

The hotel is quite remotely located so initially one starts wandering whether we are on the right path. But once u reach there the place is good with lot of greenery and activity areas. The rooms are pretty much average which is one of the major complaints I have with holiday resorts. Food on the room service menu is bit below average. I had a cream of chicken soup which was pathetic . The buffet menu for breakfast and lunch was pretty good. I also used the spa which was lousy . The staff there were neither pleasant nor skilled, hygiene was an issue and also after massage once couldn't shower because apparently they had no water . The purpose of my visit was more for business , had it been for leisure then I would have rated it lower

Just at the outskirts of gurgaon lies this beautiful resort. This resort has something for everyone, people of all ages, kids, adults, oldies. Go there if you wanna have some fun, masti and frolic as its loaded with fun filled activities - badminton, volleyball, cricket, cycling, carrom board, lawn tennis, camel ride, horse ride and much more. Then in the evening you can party and dance to your hearts content as they have dj playing till 10:30 pm. The rooms are super cozy and immaculate and they are build in a form of cottages which gives you a feel of home away from home. The staff is courteous and attends to all your queries with a smile on their face. Lastly, food is very good too, variety of options to choose from if you are going for buffet, in room dinning is also upto the mark. All in all, a bug thumbs up and would love to visit again.

we were there for our our brothers marriage for 2 days on 17 and 18 jan 2020 . everything liike weather arrangement food service were amazing . such a huge property that our 250 guest stayed so well with our 117 rooms available there for us . food was great staff was nice and helpful in all manners . none of my guests make any kind of complaints of any type .

Pros- big resort family friendly and kids centric, they do have good lawn,swimming pool(under maintenece currently) toy train, camel ride, horse ride, other play activities Rooms- Clean Staff- Polite Cons- Rooms pretty basic not as per tariif or rate card Breakfast buffet- basic and ordinary Our room NO 4- hot water issue i dont know about others Staff- self tip awarding- We order milk for our child they said Rs.60 while we recived the milk. I asked for the invoice the staff said yes on payment i shall give you in the evening when we repeated the order for milk and asked for the previous invoice It was Rs. 56 so the staff is self tipping itself. Approach road is not well paved but thats not in control of the resort.

This resort is awesome for 2-3 days of visit with family or friends. Everybody in this hotel is very cooperative and food is great...rides for children is great and enjoyable. Adults can play cricket, lawn tennis etc. Thanks Ramesh ji ( Front office manager ) for your kind support. This was my 5th visit to this resort and i enjoy this everytime with my friends and family.

Just a couple of hours since we left the BW and already missing it. After staying there for 2 nights we felt that a couple of days more would feel better. Awesome hospitality, great tasting food and no repetitiveness day on day. Courtesy of the staff, both indoor and outdoor was exemplary. Though we did find a bit coordination issues between the sister properties, it was kind of negligible. Overall a great place to be in.

It's okayish. Facilities at not top notch but you will be provided with bare minimum that will help you in not remaining frustrated during stay. Lawn is huge and swimming pool is good, so children who like outdoors will have a fun time while being there. Other than that, there is nothing much to do. Food is okay. Nice place surrounded by nature in all the sides.....very nice for weekend holiday's.......

This place is enjoyable if u spend it in the open areas...that is what they offer the best...open acres of land ,camel ride , horse ride, goat ride...fun and everything to do outside...being with nature!! Rooms are a little neglected...room service not prompt...food not impressive/ even the breakfast fails to impress...but still it's worth a weekend getaway especially in winters!! Can try it out!!

A beautiful place to have a wedding. Raw natural beauty everywhere. Very cooperative staff. Ambience of rooms are good. Lot of place for kids and kids attractions. Excellent breakfast. Lot of other attractions like horse, camel, goat, ponds and ducks. A number of mini sports like golf, cricket, bowling , tt rooms available. I cannot forget the tea/ coffee service headed by Mr. Jha: always ready to serve your cup of tea or coffee with a smile. Even the service at the pavilion at breakfast or lunch was great. The reception was also great, ready to solve any personal needs like cabs to airport . Strongly recommended if you like the countryside and away from the hustle and bustle of a city. Wifi is reasonably good too.

Visited Nov2019, firstly we got to know upon reaching the reception that our book is in an adjoining property which they call as Best Western Garden resorts. This property was 500mtrs away and was more like a motel with a big ground in front. Room was atleast clean but very simple in interiors. Hospitality: The flowers placed on the coffee table in the room were stale and the holder was all rusted and not appeasing to eyes at all! Check-in is at 2pm so we rchd post lunch and had evening tea and snacks at the resort, however they only had mix pakoras and potato fries as options. The food is cooked in the kitchen of main property and shuttled to this garden resort so it does not remain much hot when it comes to ur room. Activities: There s decent option for kids to enjoy horse, camel ride. However they have fixed timings so I saw some kids who turned up late could not take the ride and were asked to take this next mrng. The make shift indoor table tennis table was all dusty and even did not had the partition line in the centre to play doubles. The furniture and toddlers play area in the activity room was all dusty and appeared to be in poor state of affairs. We ordered noodles, chilly chicken and chilly panner for dinner which was tasty though. The rope hammock mounted between trees as an attraction and option to relax outdoors was all torn and not useable. Both these properties are actually being used for destination weddings and corporate events and in such a scenario families which go to relax in peace away from chaos of city ultimately land up in crowds of corporate employees enjoying DJ at their events and marriage guests. I wont recommend this property for family visits and not all worth of rs. 8000/- per night stay with breakfast which only included eggs, cornflakes, juice, tea, paranthas, idli and vada with not at all tasty sambar, poori sabzi... One can go and stay in a 5 star at these rates in Jaipur/ agra and enjoy awesome buffet breakfast including Indian, continental veg and non veg options.

Hosted an Indian wedding here. The bride side (20 rooms) and groom side(~100 rooms) are a little distance apart (perfect fot baarat). A free shuttle service can be used to availed for inter complex travel. Ambiance is unparalleled. Food is excellent Hospitality is truly commendable. Every staff member is very helpful and polite. All facilities including decorator/planner is provided by the hotel for a fee. Bride side rooms are a little small. Little inconvenient for 3 guests per room. Mirrors can be added at bride side. Shuttle services can be made more frequent during wedding. A very pleasant experience overall. Can't wait to head back soon. Special thanks to Mrs Sodhi, Mr. Ramesh, Mr. Dharmendra and Mr. Mukesh.

We visited this place yesterday night to attend a function (the host have booked this place for 3 days for a wedding, with about 20 rooms plus their one resort/garden). At the reception we see a gentleman busy on the phone, we inquired on the directions to the venue of the function where we had to go, he randomly ran through some pages and told us “go straight and right”. We followed like a usual direction, only to find for he sent us to the swimming pool! We came back and there was a new gentleman here thn. A few minutes later the person who gave us the wrong direction came. We asked for y he gave us the wrong direction, he looks at us and says “i hav jus come. Didn't give you any direction!”. We were amazed and asked where do we go. He then handed us a list stating for tell me where is your name here. Funniest is for that was the guest check in list with the room numbers! This irritated us to the core and we asked him to call the manager. This guy first said i dont know him and then claimed for i am the manager! Utter nonsense behaviour of this person was. No apologies no shame, he stood there smiling shamelessly. On my repeated question he gave his name as “Harpreet” which i doubt is his real name. I demanded his card, which he didnt have ofcourse! This is the worst behaviour I have come across till date at any hotel/resort. Please visit at your own risk, the place is far. Cut off from the main highway with no illumination throughout the way. Not sure if the way to this hotel is safe, specially during the night times.

Before we were finalising the resort, I went over all the reviews and thought that people were having great experiences living in this resort and I thought all the opinions are worth visiting. Today, I am taking a time out from my busy schedule just to make sure that other do not have to face the similar experience that we had. And I will not recommend anyone to visit this place due to the level of customer service they provide to their clients. We were all girls visiting a night away from our homes to have a relaxing time which eventually got ruined. Their staffs were unprofessional with no etiquettes to treat their customers. They were very rude to us when we asked them for any kind of help and support in settling down in a room. We ordered food for our lunch from the resort which was pathetic.(Very salty and tasteless) and when we complained they bluntly respond to us that nobody complained so its nothing wrong with the food. This kind of response we were getting from the staff members. So can imagine how professional and well trained the staffs are. The level of hospitality service that this resort will provide you is simply 0. So I would advise all my fellow readers to discard this resort from your list and find other options instead.

Entertainment as usual. Comfort stay, good food. Friendly and well trained staff. This resort is my family's best and regular leisure trip's place. Whenever my family thinks of taking a short break, we choose to go here to spend some quality time. The Cobalt blue swimming pool, star studded nights, the natural green lush carpet spread over the place, the sounds of natural habitats, ever amazing, smiling and helpful, favorite staffs.. Inspire to get less connected with the crowded outer world. This was a short trip of 3 nights from October 17th to 19th, 2019. Very short stay..that's the only sad feel. Not justified for a calm, cool and comfort stay. As usual will never forget Mr. Ramesh for arranging our preferred room, Mr. Mukesh for serving us the best of foods and so many other staffs in restaurants, swimming pools, room service and executives etc(faces are so known, we never asked their name), those who made our every visit a memorable one. A BIG THANK FROM THE HEART. In return we pray that they should be heathy and fine so family like us get to spend more quality time together.

Worst experience in my 20 years of travel life, there were 3 couples who partied on 9th November, 2019 on the Balcony of Room No. 207 till 3:30 AM. Worst is, even after informing the Hotel Security Staff, "No Action" was taken and couples happily partied. Next day at the time of cehck out when I reported face to face, then Hotel`s GM just apologized conveniently for the incident and moved on with his life. Stay at your own risk for any eventuality, as Hotel staff is highly casual and insensitive.

I along with my wife stayed at the resort on 21st and 22nd October. It was a sheer delight to spend some memorable moments on my birthday on 21st. The green surroundings ensured clean air far from smog zone of Delhi. Food at restaurant was excellent as the staff there, especially Mr Raman Mishra and Mr Mukesh Jha,pampered me with a complimentary cake and took special care of ongoing service. I definitely would recommend a stay in the green resort.

The place has an excellent outdoor (Lawns, Sport opportunities, Pool, Expanse, etc). It is great for a large group staying together and spending quality time playing and lazing around the place. The Rooms are decent with good amount of space and just well maintained. However, the Food was a major disapponitment. The speread + the quality of food is a BIG let down and that takes away a lot of other goods (of outdoors and location). Would not recommend purely because of Food Quality.

The venue is at a perfect location within 30 mins from Gurgaon city center (Tip - There are 3 routes that lead to this venue ( research well and take the easiest route cuz the other 2 are bad) The moment you enter this property, the vast landscape will catch your eye. They have bought a good blend of leisure, nature and activities. Ample activities for Children, sporting activities, Rain dance, Toy Trains, Camel rides, spacious lawns etc. The food is decent ( definitely can be improved). They have a separate swimming pool for Adults and Children.( Cholrine levels in the pool is scary though). The evening DJ setup at the lounge is amazing. Overall an amazing place for a quick refresher. I recommend this place

The only reason to rate one point less is their room service. I find this place amazingly good for (extended) weekend. Very spacious, ample activities for all ages and good food. This being not too far from Delhi, one can save driving time and enjoy there.

It is a nice place if you want to relax. Kids enjoyed a lot, Camel ride, horse ride, goat ride, toy train, swings, etc. Everything for kids. Bhavna and Ramesh ji on front desk were very supportive. But I feel the property is not very well maintained, rooms are not as per 4 star standards and are small. The place can be more better. Wonderful stay !! The rooms were clean and food was great. Best place for children they had enjoyed a lot. Outdoor games are great and so is kids play area. Food was also good. I would always suggest a breakfast lunch and dinner package.

It was my second visit in 3 months, this time I went on a business trip but few of my colleagues brought their families, it was a blessing in disguise for their kids as there are lots of activities for them including camel ride, horse rode, toy train, swings etc. Resort also has few interesting entertainment options for adults including rain and dj apart from their outdoor activities like badminton, tennis, tt, swimming pool etc. Overall, it was a great trip and everyone including kids and adults had a blast, thanks a lot to the staff especially the lady at reception named Neha who made our check-in and check-out process smooth and sales guy named pandey who offered us pretty reasonable deal.

Hotel is very good.Staff (specially Jaspreet kaur ji) is very very cooperative. She helped a lot while booking the room.Even before the booked dates,my daughter suffered from fever and my booking my non refundable as i was from goibibo. Still jaspreet ji told me not to worry. She said no need to worry ,pls take care of your child and as far as booking is concerned. The property is amazing, lots of fun activities are available. Good for every age group, the rooms are beautiful and the pools are wonderful. The staff is also very supportive. One thing which can be little bit improved is the taste of food, otherwise a must visit property.

A very good option for weekend getaway for ppl from NCR. The facilities and food is good. Reasonably priced. A very good destination for groups and families. There is bunch of stuff for kids incl. Swings, seperate pool, play area, toy train etc. Their evening DJ was also very decent.

We went for a 2 days stay. The resort is great what is best is the staff is really dedicated and would go the extra mile to ensure your stay is comfortable. The Flora and fauna is also well maintained. My son who is about 20 months had a great time as well. All in all would recommend this place.

Best Western Country Club is a fabulous place to be with friends and family. We were there for 2 nights 3 days, everybody enjoyed the holiday especially food. Not to forget, Mr. Mukesh in the restaurant was extremely warm, ensuring everybody including kids and senior citizens get what they wish for. Tambola n rain dance kept everyone engaged. Lovely pools, fantastic outdoor games n lots of beautiful birds including wonderful peacocks all around.

We were at The Best Western Resort Country Club Gurgaon for Holiday for 3 nights in a 1BR unit. The stay was memorable with nice Green environment and neat & clean surroundings. Our unit was very well maintained with all the amenities and all channel Tata Sky TV, Pantry and wash rooms were of #5 standard.The food is fresh and we'll prepared and reasonably priced. All above words are even less for this resort as a whole and an absolute shame of personalised behaviour witnessed and experienced. It started from the time of booking when mistakingly I selected a wrong date of booking and then requested immd to them for a change of date when they asked for extra 3000/- for a change of date and did not cooperate citing an opportune moment to charge extra. Then I and my family which included my wife and a child went on 14th Aug 2019 and reached at the resort at around 6.00pm, they came with another opportune moment by asking extra 1500/- for child to be accommodated 8n same room and when I asked them that a hotel room always allows upto 2 children to be in the same room without any charges, they were arrogantly in denial seeking an opportunity to extract another 1500/-. I told them that this is unethical and I will go back if they don't review their decision but Shamefully they did not budge and rather turned their back and didn't even bother to stop you when you are on way back even as courtesy. What worse can happen when you take a call of returning from the reception itself without staying there bcoz of the sheer shameful & disgusting attitude. I think these type of managements who are so commercialized in mindset and subsequently downloaded to the staff is extremely disappointing and hopefully there will be Forum in country when Cheap tactics like these are immd addressed to punish these for better and ethical practices to prevail.

It was a good stay overall, we were four couples, Kids enjoyed a lot. We booked 4 rooms 214 214a 215 215a this location in itself is a complete package, range of outdoor activities, fine dine restaurant and natural beauty all combined in one. Rooms are good . Specially I would like to mention ms Saroj (Guest Relation manager) always caring for her customers and you just name a problem to her and she will get it resolved in few minutes, she made our experience homelike. Would visit again.

I went for an official trip for one night, offsite to be precise. It is a pretty huge resort, very well-maintained, with manicured trees and duck ponds and open-air snakes and ludo and many other innovative ideas for relaxation. In fact the resort is so huge that elders might need go carst to go from one place to another. There is a huge play area for children. As I had gone for official outing, didn't get much time for relaxation. The swimming pool looked inviting . We stayed in cottages which were not too spacious, but had the essential amenities. The food was excellent for dinner and lunch. breakfast, not so good. One word of caution, the resort is pretty far from the main highway and there is nothing around to see. So one night or maximum two nights will be enough here. A group outing would be perfect!

Good time with family and services provided by Mukesh Jha is recommendable, especially food for my daughter. Will definitely visit again. Amenities are also good and cleanness near the poll area and as well as the kids zone.

We were looking for a offsite training on one of the very important topics which required our employees away from daily work, traffic and other disturbances. And this is how we narrowed down on this 45 Kms away property from Delhi airport. Frankly speaking I being the organizer was a bit hesitant initially but after I personally visited the property, rooms, conference hall, food menu etc I gained confidence. We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days and everything was perfect. From check-in to checkout everything was super smooth. (They had asked for Photo ID proofs in advance to ensure quick checkin. Perfect Idea!) I guess it is the biggest resort in NCR with such a greeenry. We witnessed couple of peacocks & ducks in morning hours. There were alot of options for other activities you can do like: play badminton, Chess, Golf, throwing darts, TT, Volleyball, GYM, etc. They have 3 swimming pools (different for child and adults) where our employees enjoyed alot. Only suggestion is the timing. It is allowed only 8am -8 pm. I guess in summers they can start early like 6 or 7 am. Food was awesome! Every one praised the taste. They are very much in demand for weekends hence one should avoid going on weekends. Having said that there was big rush at lunch area on saturday afternoon but I must say it was very well managed. May be a few people had to wait for 2-3 minutes but rest was perfect. Saying again food is awsome! Yes, they charge extra for liquor and the other stuff in the small shop inside the resort (Almost double) but I guess this is the same in most of the resorts. In conference room also they gave dedicated person/ executive through out the day for any requirement. We had only a small issue when another group was having some DJ activity and we were still in conference room and were being distracted by the high volume. It took not more than 3 minutes for them to correct it(Lower the volume) after I sent a message(not even a call) to the organizer/ our point of contact - Mr. Inder Singh) DJ session was also alot of fun. Special Thanks to Mr. Inder Singh who managed our stay. Staff at Reception including Mr. Anand and few other pretty ladies (Sorry I forgot their names) were very prompt for any help required. A lot of our employees also sowed interest in visiting this place personally along with their families later. Thank you very much for the great hospitality. Look forward to visit the property soon. Very well managed and huge property. Many things to do. Kids enjoyed a lot. Pool was clean, food was good, many sports option and friendly staff. The only thing which I didn't like was the escalated price of every off the shelf product. 25 Rs Pepsi can bottle was being sold at 83 Rs. Everything was priced little high. This can be looked upon. Highly recommended place.

Pros : Amazing property Nice Room but a bit small for the price charged Cons : Quality of Service - Its a 5 star hotel with 2 star service. Went for breakfast to the Living Room restaurant. Service was slower than speed of Snail. Specially for those who didn't tip the waiters. Even for room cleaning and bedsheet change, had to make 4-5 calls and wait for 3-4 hours. Bathtub was also broken.

An amazing place to visit with kids. They have activities like camel ride, horse ride, toy train and lot of other outdoor swings and games for kids as well as adults. In addition, their rain dance is just awesome. Food was just average and they should improve buffet quality of breakfast. Rest everything was best just like their name

It was a good stay overall. We stayed in Resort Garden...and had the whole property to ourselves. The kids enjoyed a lot I would like to mention Firoz Khan, Pradeep Kumar and Bhavna specially who werr very hospitable and made sure of our comfort. Would visit again :)

Stayed here for 3 nights. With a 2.5yr old single child we were wondering how will we keep her entertained for so long. But the resort came to our rescue. The place is huge, beautiful landscapes, excellent food, two swimming pools, one especially made for kids, an in-house activity room which is like a mini tumble house, goat ride, horse ride, camel ride, rain dance, toy train, sand play area, slides (one for small Kids and another for bigger children), the list is endless. We made new friends and my daughter always had a playmate and we had other couples who became really good friends. We spent our time in playing, swimming, just chilling on their beautiful swings, relishing their good food or just cycling in the property. Special Thankyou to the manager of the restaurant- Mr. Shah, who was eversmiling and eager to serve. He made our experience very homelike. I would highly recommend this place to all my family and friends!

My batch-mates-all senior citizens- and their spouses celebrated our 60 years of commissioning. A very spacious resort though a little distance from the highway. Each officer had an air-conditioned, well furnished room. The programme chalked out, including dancing in the rain and in the hall was arranged and conducted efficiently and with grace. The meals, mostly Indian cuisine, were well prepared and tasty. Served very well. The service, particularly at the bar and dining halls was excellent. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

One of the best resorts for kids around Delhi. The rides, swings and kids room kept our daughter engaged for hours. Special mention to restaurant manager - Mukesh Jha who not only customised the dishes for us but went out of the way to help us. We would certainly go back.

We are group of 12 peoples visit the resort in second week of June (very hot climate) but the resort is fully sold out. The reception staff is very fast and after 10 minutes we will get rooms keys and after enter the room the ac is very chilled and room is fulfilled with all basic amenities the good thing is ac does not off u are in the room or out the room we will enjoy very much over there because lots of activities are in the super green resort ie cricket+volleyball+badminton+rain dance area+big swimming pool+DJ night+horse rides+camel+goat rides and children play area.We will take all meals plan and food is very good in taste with good variety .The high tea is also served with snacks+cookies+cold drinks. We will enjoy very much for 2 nights and we will definitely plan in winter also. Pleae do not go with google maps .After confirmed booking get the location from resort.

From the time we checked in to the time we left, it was great fun for all of us friends! We celebrated 60 years of our commissioning in the army and the ambience was enjoyable, staff was courteous, service excellent and rooms were well kept!

On June 01 ,2019 My family stayed over at the hotel. The property is one of the best weekend getaways for people living around Delhi NCR and anyone else for that matter. We have chosen an “exotic holiday package” which included all meals, and snacks along with camel rides, swimming, Rain dance, DJ and dance at D3 disc, games and a host of other activities that were a part of the same. Suite number 108 was an ideal place to stay if one can best afford, since it's a big value for money given the lush green environment and a perfect ambience with family. We had a great time playing Tennis and Badminton and it was a good stress buster. Harpreet Singh at the front desk made our stay much comfortable and he gave us a reason to come back again and again. Claiming your self with 5 star services, You need to learn a lot. The main thing was it was monday and I think Director or GM was on leave, so staff was behaving like they are present but on leave. Then the location given is absolutely wrong. Nobody pics phone easily and after telling so many times 5o send location on watsapp it was sent after 20 mins. On arriving was hoping for an apology for that but no one was ready to pay attention, neither the luggage boy looked happy to help, no welcome drink, Room was booked on ground floor but given on first floor,carts are told to be sent if required who were refused later , fridge without any mini bar, no timings were told for any swings or anything, asking repeatedly they tell it's Monday so less occupancy so many events remain close today. If it's like that then you must not take booking on Monday. The resort reception and staff totally spoiled my birthday. But Resort is very nice and enjoyable. Food and staff at Restaurant was quiet good But they need to improve a lot, All staff at Reception is like they have in minds that why did you came here not at all happy to receive or help. If you can't manage better close it on Mondays like many other attractions which are closed on Monday. Buffet food is the only excuse I have heard on low occupancy and that looks genuine but they still served Buffet but were giving excuses for other amenities. And actually to be very true the things they refused ,happened in the end like rain dance and disco but they were not in mood to tell you about it. It was indeed a pleasure to go to Best Western Country Club on Saturday or 11th May Though it was quite hot and I thought that we may not be able to enjoy the ethnic beauty of the resort in scorching heat. On the contrary the welcome given at the reception and from there straight to room made us very comfortable.we had delicious lunch in the cafeteria and waited for the evening to enjoy the scenic beauty of the resort with trees,and flowering plants. I was amazed to see the blooming Gulmohar tree In full pride. In the evening when gardeners started the sprinklers, the chirping of the birds specially the sight of peacocks was enchanting. It's located near agricultural lands.. So v greenish nearby. Beautiful one. Good one for bird lovers. Many species of birds. Best place for kids. They had camel ride, horse ride, goat ride, kids club, kids play area, big lawn. Separate big kids pool with sliders, badminton court etc. Lake side view was there adding to kids attraction. Must go for young moms. So that kids gets engaged in activities Nd moms can relax a lill. Rain dance was another best thing. Total fun. We had minor issues but on addressing those in reception got a very good response from them. Director madam made sure our concerns are listened and taken seriously. V good experience

It was good weekend trip with family. My daughter who is 10 yrs old really enjoyed a lot. Good place to go for weekend holiday. Must carry swimming costumes, sunscreen. Also i will suggest go for all meals deal. DJ was too good, enjoyed dancing for two hrs.

A very calm and a beautiful place situated 1 hour by car from Dwarka, New Delhi. An apt place for a weekend gateway, to celebrate with your gang of girls, to enjoy with your family, to revive your own self. In all a great experience. I visited with my family on to celebrate our anniversary. From the pool fun to swings to ride to indoor and outdoor activities, games it has all. We enjoyed a lot. NOTE: The only thing to work on or to keep in mind is that GPS picks a different route so pls take the location once from the resort. (a) 4 star (b) embodiment of accommodation (c) affable staff like ABHA SINGH and all other stuff a common 4 star offers. In all honesty when I proposed to visit a property to investigate nature .. I would prefer to need the property likewise as regular and crude as it very well may be with insignificant man made upgrades and that is the thing that the property is. All Best Western properties are ideal mix of the neighborhood culture, engineering and sustenance and this property isn't an exemption.

Excellent courtesy extended by entire team especially Mr.Inder, Mr.mishra, Mr.Harpreet. Feel like living in home. Food is fantastic. Got all the services on time. This time I have a business meeting in this resort & next time will definitely plan with my family.

The perfect place for family and friends to enjoy the weekend. We stayed there for 4 days as a corporate group of 65 rooms and aprox 140 pax. It's a huge property spread over around 15 acres, overall awesome service by hotel staff. FnB and House-keeping team was very co-operative . Specially thanks to Mr Harpreet Singh and all front office team for smoothly check-in and warm welcome which helped us to start a beautiful day, and this team was always there for every requirements...

We were two couples & visited the Resort Country club after 10 years. We found a tremendous improvement in the facilities & ambiance of the club. The rooms were very comfortable and well maintained. The services of the staff was excellent. Incidentally we are one of your earliest members since the early nineties. We will certainly visit more often as it is a great break from our homes in aNew Delhi. We enjoyed the food too. I gave aNew way to make mutton curry and your chef prepared it very well. My friends also enjoyed the visit and very impressed with resort.

I had the highest regards for Best Western Brand of Hotels since I travel quite a lot and always had a pleasant experience with your hotels across the world. I do understand that the top management works very hard to let the established maintain its momentum and quality. I too run a company and hence I know the perils of scaling faster than ideal levels, and letting your focus go wrong in commercialisation instead of good services. I don't think the Best Western Brand Franchising or licensing department heads actually travel to look at the properties or even audit them regularly. Otherwise, I would never have been forced to bring such a disgusting experience here. I fail to understand as to how the BW team could ever think of letting your brand name to be used at the property in question. It amazes me as to how the audit team could ever approve of this property. I had the misfortune of staying at BEST WESTERN RESORT COUNTRY CLUB, (Now a 4 Star Govt. approved Hotel & acclaimed as a 5 Star experiential Resort – sic!), Pachgaon - Tauru Road, Near Manesar, District Gurgaon, Haryana, India. This was one of the most terrible and disappointing experience I have ever had across any resort, worldwide. We had booked three rooms. My observations are as under: - The property is large, but extremely unkempt and ill-maintained. Leaves litter every green place. The amenities are either missing or in ruins. - The reception was a small suffocating piece of so-called hall, that started giving us the jitters. - The room was quite pedestrian and it looked no better than the government rest houses that we have seen. I could make out that the property has outlived its life or been maintained poorly for long. - The foot mat near the bed was an eyesore, dusty and grimy. Edges were turned up. Even the floor was slippery. It was as if some bright mind had placed the sweeping cloth as a mat. - All the rooms did not have the complimentary water in place. - There was no complimentary welcome drink as advertised. - No newspaper in the room as advertised. - The swimming pool had questionable hygiene standards. Floating insects and leaves were visible. Chlorine taste was left in mouth and water was scaly. - All the green spaces were littered with leaves. It looked as if it was never swept for atleast a month since spring time had ended in mid-March. - The natural water body was green, slimy and algae coloured with a stink. Mosquitoes were aplenty. Maybe the health department never saw it. - The so-called cricket ground was in shambles. - The kids play area was dusty and never cleaned. The poor animals (rabbits) were literally getting roasted in unhygienic conditions. Spare them please! - Rooms were advertised as CP (with Breakfast). But finally the reservation team pulled off a standard trap and sold the AP. - Food was pathetic. The breakfast menu was laughable for a four-star resort. A few minutes into Gurgaon would let this resort management know, the definition of a king size breakfast. Either food was oily or bland. Only Watermelon and Papaya were served as assorted fruits. - The Lunch and Dinner, forced on us were equally bad in dish choices and taste. The chefs definitely need a refresher course in cooking. Almost every resident in the resort was of the opinion that the maintenance, service and food were below par. - Service is the crown of any hospitality outlet and here the crown lies demotivated, untidy and untrained. The glint in the eyes is only visible when you fish out tips. Otherwise, the staff show scorn on their faces, the moment, you ask for a second serving or ask for a service. - The low self-esteem of the management can be seen from the fact that they advertise in-campus travel by golf-carts, but they actually provide you with bumpy e-rickshaws. It is sad and shocking, to see such squalor in a place where you spend Rs. 10,000 per night. My earnest request is to please take care of your brand values or else the sales traps will finally devour the BW brand that took lot of efforts to establish.

I will congratulate Best Western Maryland for achieving heights in hospitality industry.We are with the corporate group of 50 pax and they take care of each member very well. Mr.inder Thakur ( Banquet Manager) is 24 x 7 person of this property who will handle all your requirement very patiently. All our event goes smooth because of this person he knows the true meaning of hospitality. I will be thankful for the front office department especially Saroj Thakur for all the assistance required during period. All over feel like homely in this property. kudos to best Western Manesar team. Keep up the good work.

Our favourite property till date.. Great services.. Decent food and very supportive staff Mr. Dharmender was very cooperative throughout the stay. None of the staff members say no to any kind of work. The ambiance and the scenic beauty will surely take ur mind away! The confrence halls are always lively and they are best in business!

But definitely below expectations..prop prop is good,maintained,nice activities offered..dj is a plus..but average food wid limited options and a less supportive staff service makes it just a good stay

Rooms are so dirty and not worth 11k. Bathroom is stained , no glass and coffee mug in room , All activities lunch dinner are in main club and you have to go to and fro via a shuttle which is half km far. Spoiled my bday ..I think anyone who is paying 11k for one night expect some better service.

We stayed for one night for attending a marriage arranged in the resort. It has sprawling lawns, swimming pool, SPA, free parking, several games n camel rides etc for kids. Nice food in restaurant and good spread in breakfast. Rooms spacious good washroom but linen need immediate replacemen.

There is lot things to do in the property especially for kids their was horse riding, camel riding and kids library. For couples you can enjoy in the garden area, click photos of each other and enjoy sports game etc

Resort is beautiful, with lots of greenery and activities. Away from hustle bustle of the metro and approachable with own vehicle only. Free unlimited camel rides and horse rides, games etc keeps the kids busy while for adults, rain dance and swiming pools are there. Must visit resort near Delhi.

First of all, one thing that is to be kept in mind is that the property has two parts, one is at the front and another one may be some 500 meters away from the primary. The primary property is vast and nice but I am gonna write about the other one. -- Reaching the property is a task due to the road condition and very less sign boards, the sign boards on the way from Panchgaon are not so obvious. -- The secondary property is not so vast so keep your expectations low, it has a swimming pool a ground with volley, badminton court and few swings. -- Staff remains haywire and do not seem much interested in the requirements of guests, if you ask them something they will run away and wont come back ever. -- The property is going thtrough renovation and some of the toilets were closed for use -- Parking is not available and then one has to park on the street infront of the property -- Food has a big variety but trust me none of them is with a good taste -- For billing and any other needs you will have to wait for a guy to come from the primary property Overall, for me, it was a team building event so it went good otherwise for personal stay, I wont suggest the secondary property.

There are many games for kids in the resort which keep them busy all the time. Did not like the food somehow the taste of chicken was completely different, we chosed ala carte, buffet is expensive 1200+tax, some people from the corporate office tell they don't have ala carte but they have, the area covered is big but looks small may be because of the play area. I liked the room well equipped with big led TV and language channels, no view as such but first floor is still better some of ground floor rooms have window on backside. Breakfast spread was good, as far as the services it was excellent they also arranged a nice big complementary cake for my in laws Anniversary then complimentary cookies were served to the door steps in the evening and also a box given while leaving the place. Have been to similar and bigger resorts but never experienced such generosity. They also had medicine which was given on request. Overall a good experience, will like to mention Ms Neha Rawat for good services and hassle free check in and late check out. While going from gurgaon nearing the resort before Delhi Ajmer express road take service road on left there is baba narmadas ashram keep moving on left there is Fauji da dhabha where there is a big board of best western go further on the service road till you see best western boards then take a left.

Resort has enough activities to keep you busy through out the day. Camel riding, horse riding, goat cart, floor chess, floor snakes and ladders, DJ, bar, cricket, rides, cycling (chargable) , sand pool, swimming pool We stayed for 2 nights Room we stayed was very small for a couple and 2 kids. Resort staff is very helpful. Would like to mention great gesture of resort captain Arun Bhardwaj. I forgot my luggage at home on faridabad and he arranged for a help that he managed to get it delivered till Manesar from where I collected it. It saved me to travel 120 kms and spoil my vacation with family. I am really thankful to him. Food is little expensive in restaurant. Buffet is 1200 + tax and 900 + tax for kid Overall experience is amazing.

This time we had a gala time as it was our daughters birthday.... But the lunch quality played spoilsport and the weirdest thing which I faced this time was the rude behavior of a junior staff who handles luggages.... But also had a positive and feel good experience at the restaurant where Mr. Naveen Yadav greeted us with utmost modesty and took good care of our visit.... Thanks Naveen...

This is a good spot if one wishes to relax and have a good time. The staff is very courteous and supportive. The food is also tasty with lots of variety. Kids can have a good time and they have plenty of green areas. Downsides, the rates are on the higher side, but then its close to Delhi NCR. Being in Delhi NCR, there's not much change in weather like going away 200km into the hills. In hot weather, outdoor activities may not be much fun. But still you can have a relaxing break with reduced travel times!

Recently visited this place with official admin team of 40. It's a one day retreat plan. Resort is located near pachgaon village, Almost 5km inside from main Jaipur highway. Area of the place is very big. Very big garden with space for all kinds of sports : cricket, badminton, tennis , football. And has also so many things for kids like mini train, activity zone, swimming pool, slides, swings , horse riding , camel riding, goat cart etc. Resort has got very big and good swimming pool. And different styles of sitting arrangement near pool area. They serve all types of Food in their buffet meals. Good place for corporate visits and family groups too.

recently went to this property for an event. amazing place to be at. rooms are clean and spacious. staff is helpfull and friendly. the environment is simply amazing. will definately like to pay more visit here.

All the staff were great!! Room was very comfortable. Food was great.But mostly the staff was fantastic.Improvements maybe: Keurig machine for coffee. Suggestions for travel: Bring a wash cloth, they don't seem to use them in India, from the three places I stayed.

It was my first visit to this club in Manesar and I bet you will not find any other good place then this for a family outing... if you are a picture freak.. then you must visit there... you can click hundred of pictures with different and beautiful backgrounds... the most amazing part is that there is a natural essence of nature everywhere... I am surely going to recommend this resort to everyone out there who's a nature lover... please have a visit to live a life full of beautiful memories..

My parents were booked in the resort for an overnight stay to celebrate their anniversary. They loved the property, and the rooms were also above average. The food was excellent, hot and fresh !! The only thing i did not like, i requested the f&b manager to do a nice table setting for their dinner which he overlooked, dont know why!! Overall a good experience!!

I had my budget meet there along with my 90 other colleagues. The hospitality and the standard of services offered was commendable. Overall experience of stay was very good except for some issues like internet /wifi problem and some of room lock . Location is also very good . Definitely would recommend to others. I would also like to spend a few nights at your resort in the near future.

This Resort is worth visiting with family, value for the money. We had one night stay package with 3 meals. Hospitality, food and rooms all were great. They are having activities for all age groups, both indoor and outdoor

Family friendly atmosphere. Well trained & responsive staff. Good restaurant. The last 10 km approach road to resort is very secluded 45 km from Delhi & 30 km from main Gurugram. There is nothing around the resort so you are dependent only on the resort amenities & restaurant. But its peaceful.

Good resort for group outing. Overall Area is however small but there is decent play area for kids. Room service menu is very expensive and not attractive at all. There are very limited food choice for vegetarians in room service menu. Food is very expensive as compared to the quality.

This is one of the best resort in NCR. we stayed here for two nights and three days. It has a lot of activities like horse ride, camel ride, goat ride for kids, amusement Park, kids area, tambola, cricket, badminton, TT, Lawn tennis etc. You will not get any time to get bored. Buffet is elaborated and you will be spoilt for choice. Their staff will be more than happy to serve you fresh food. Wonderful place to go and relax especially during the winters one can take sun bath in open green lawns and have ample amount of Vitamin D. For children, its an amaznig place. They have lots of things for children like camel ride, horse ride, goat cart, toy train, swings, Duck pond, library, playing area, cricket, table tennins, lawn tennis, volley ball and many more. Once you got enough of relaxation, its a time to move your legs on amazing numbers in the evening in Discotheque. Few things to improve upon: 1. Breakfast 2. Emergency lighting during power cuts. It gets pitch dark in the night 3. Faster room service - I understand that its spreaded in 10 acres but as a customer we want things faster :-) Would love to visit again for sure.

We were at this property for 1 night on Christmas Eve, and we are thankful that we were there for only 1 night, as we could not have tolerated that place for more than 1 night. We were allotted Room No. 15, and it is one of the most unpleasant rooms that they have to offer. To start with, the doors are swelled and hence, jammed. The room is relatively very small than what you can find for this price (we paid INR 4.5k), and to top that the washroom is again very small and shoddy. The bathtub is (probably) of plastic (the way it felt) and is just there for the namesake, and the shower head is absolutely rusted (see attached picture). There are no double beds provided and the two attached single beds were running away from each-other making it a very unpleasant sleep for a couple on holiday. The room did not even had enough lighting and it felt dark for most time of the day as the room does not even have a window! We asked for a Garden View room, and this Room No. 15 allotted to us opens in the garden but doesn't have any window for the view; guess they want the guests to keep the door open for the “garden view” in the winters of December in North India. The only plus side of this property is that the food (all 3 meals; not included in the price paid except for breakfast) were good and the portions are enough, but sadly, that doesn't make up for the disastrous stay that we had. Summarily stating - This is a totally avoidable property should you wish to enjoy some quality stay. Definitely not the best Best Western experience at all.

When we started planning the venue of our Diamond Jubilee the choice varied from many places including Delhi. Once the majority decided to have it in or around Delhi, we started short listing Hotels and Resorts. We decided on this Resort in the first visit due its lay out, open and well maintained lawns and over all ambience of the Resort We all were senior veterans with the youngest being 79 Years. We were looking for some thing which had sufficient rooms, open lawns to move about and sit in the sun together and talk of old times. Some of us would be meeting after sixty years..We felt that this Resort should fullfill all our requirements. I can say with pride that the Country Resort Club lived up to our expectations in all respects. We booked sixty Rooms for two days,13 -14 Dec 2018. Further I will like to high light the following--- The "welcome " in the traditional Indian way was heartwarming and touching gesture. The Rooms are well furnished, neat and clean. Each Room has every item which a guest needs on arrival. The food in addition to the variety, is delicious and tasty. The service in all fields be it Room, food or out door is excellent due to trained staff under able and responsive supervision.There is enough and suitable venues for formal Finally I would say that it has been a great experience for all 110 of us to have stayed in this Resort. We visited this place this weekend with family. Huge property with so much to do. There are so many activities to play and a huge area to roam around. We were very tired and wanted to spend a night somewhere near Gurgaon and found this place. It has cricket net, volleyball net, badminton net, dart, chess, TT and a pool table in bar. Kids can enjoy small golf space, toy train, camel ride, horse ride and swings. Kids will love the Goat ride and an exclusive kid space for them to play. There is so much to do that you will not get bored at this place. There is spa and bar also for adults. Peacock can be seen anywhere roaming around and there are swans in fishing pool. Only thing of improvement is staff which should be more polite and courteous and since the property is huge, maintaining it is a task. But whoever has designed it with a purpose of wedding point and weekend outing has done a wonderful job.

Visited this place on 25 Nov 2018 with family. Check in was immediate at around 2.30 pm, no issues, but the room was not made up properly. There were no towels in the bathroom. After repeated calls to room service/ reception towels were provided by 6.00 pm. There was no crockery in the room, had to call for that. They send 1 maid with 2 cups in 1 hand and a broom in another hand. probably she was cleaning somewhere and was told to deliver cups. It was disgusting. The extra beds provided were in a very bad shape. Room lighting very poor. The only saving grace was there restaurant. Swimming pool was dirty. Play areas are not well maintained. Will never visit this place.

It was awesome visit with My family to this property which is not so far from Delhi NCR. We gone there with kid who have enjoyed a lot because All the sports facilities was there. And our operations manager Mr Raman who has supported a lot and taken care of every single thing..He always encourage to taste the different cuisine.. Not only this All the crew were very humble.. I visited there wid my family in Nov,18. This resort is in very peaceful area. All staffs are ver much friendly, specially Mr. Raman, F&V manager. He is such a well supportive person. Foods are very tasty. resorts are very clean and well management there. Recommend to stay there wid family and friends. BEST RESORT NEAR DELHI.

Nice and comfortable stay.the 3 rooms allotted were quite spacious. All the kids enjoyed the rides..camel, horse and ram.Even the badminton court and cricket pitch was well maintained and we throughly enjoyed the stay.

If you are a avid traveler, make plan in a short span of time and don't want to drive/travel distance then this resort is near perfect for you. Resort is thoroughly professionally managed. Service and food is amazing, vast variety with each item fingerlicious....my kid loved activities and pool very much. we literally have to pull him while checking out...would love to visit again with friends group..
