« Busy but good hotel »

This hotel is used as a conference center but I have never found it to be noisy. It is well furnished, the beds are comfortable and the service is excellent. A free newspaper (English) is available in the lobby. The staff are bilingual and very helpful with directions, etc. The parking lot is large and easily accessible off the highway. The large Drummondville shopping mall was just a two minute drive away (or walk it in five minutes). There are several good restaurants in the area and a gas station is only a block away.

« Hotel Doesn't Enforce Its Own Rules »

This hotel could have been very good, but it was the opposite. Many of the rooms overlook the swimming pool. So what you say? Here's the problem: The pool is supposed to close at 10 o'clock, but the staff's inability to inforce that rule can ruin any chance of sleep. Even with repeated phone calls to the front desk, the screams and echoes coming from the pool continued until well past 1 o'clock in the morning. If you are looking for a good nights sleep (or any sleep at all) I would consider looking for another hotel. If you're stuck and have to stay here, at least make sure the hotel staff on duty is willing to follow their own rules. Yikes! Is that really too much to ask?

    « Terrible customer service »

I stayed here last night and what a nightmare.. We first checked in and got a room with a view of the pool and I thought the room was great. Damn was I wrong. I woke up about an hour after I fell asleep and there were people still in the pool being noisy. I then called the front desk and asked what time the pool closes and she said ten. Long story short, I had to call down twice because of the noise. The First time it sounded like she was going to do something, but no. I Called down again and she said some people have access to the pool. Well if it's supposed to be closed at 10, why is there people still out there at one in the morning? I go down to get a room change after trying a few times to go back to sleep with no success. I explained to her that there were people above me making noise(which I didn't complain about previously) and also from the pool obviously. There were also little kids running full speed down the hallways a bit before midnight. certainly didn't help the situation one bit. Anyways, the room was an upgrade. At this point I didn't give a damn though because I just wanted to sleep. Got to the bedroom and I could hear voices through the wall plain as day so I go get a third room. Finally a quiet room! Too bad I was so high strung at this point when I was missing hours of sleep and of course I can't get to sleep for well over an hour. Total bogus experience here overall. It was a journey to get to a resolution which I did the leg work for. Customer service is horrendous and I would strongly recommend you to run away from this dump!

« Good hotel and location. »

Good solid stay in this hotel. Room was clean and the location is great as it is just off the main highway and within a short 10 minute drive to downtown. As a corporate traveller it more than did the trick. Nothing fancy but a good size room, well kept, very good service and a good location. Does it need a little TLC, yes..but it is more than adequate for all types of travellers to modernize it a bit. Good solid stay.

« No complaints & no wow factor »

This is a good example of a solid and average hotel. The small room was renovated recently and the staff were friendly. Good location off the highway and near big box shopping, a mall, grocery store, dining options, gas station and a Tim Hortons. No complaints and at the same time no wow factor. For 98 bucks a night I am a satisfied customer!

« Old and showing its age »

I booked this hotel for a weeks stay for a business trip. I have used many Best Western's over the years and am generally satisfied. On this ocassion, I was not. The room was first the wrong one. I had reserved a room over 2 months prior to arrival but when I arrived they gave me a totally different room. It was a king suite instead of a standard room. Not normally something I would complain about except that this room had a meeting room outside of the bedroom instead of a living room. A long board tabel with chairs all around it. I had shown the reception the confirmation letter I had showing it was a standard room but was told it was all they had for the week. This in of itself wasn't a deal breaker but the room was one of the more run down and dirty room I have ever stayed in. The carpets were so full of stains, I refused to take my shoes off. I didn't want to walk around in bear feet on that floor. The maid service was hit and miss. One day I would return and everything was cleaned and made up but the next, I would have the bed made up and towels in the bathroom but no new coffe, or any garbage thrown out. It was like a quick in and out. Lastly, there was a lot going on in the hotel this week. As such the noise was terrible. I know the hotel can't control people all of the time but it showed the lack of soundproofing, as I heard every foot fall and door slam all night long. Over all a very disappointing experience.

    « Negative experiance »

We stayed at the BW in Drummondville, which is our usual stop over-point when travelling through Quebec. We have stayed here numerous times over the past several years. During our last visit we were charged above that which was quoted over the phone when I called the hotel direct to book. After getting the price for a one night stay I requested an email verification, which usually is sent within a day. This time the email was sent several days later and did not include the price I was informed it would be, just the date, location and confirmation #. After arriving for our stay the price shot up $20.00. I advised the front desk member (male), that I was quoted a lesser amount. However, he just kind of shrugged and that was that. I didn't argue as I had an email with no cost attached to it. I decided on the way back to try the Quality Suites. I got the room for the price quoted and the Quality Suites got a new customer.

« Good first stay during our trip. »

The front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. The only downfall was it didn't offer a breakfast. Otherwise we would stay ther in a pinch.all in all decent places to stay when in Quebec.

    « Best Western Drummondville »

Overall I was dissatisfied here. I booked online 5 months in advance for a king suite, 3 days before my stay I was called by the hotel and was told there was confusion on their end and the room was not available. Totally unacceptable, I obviously got bumped. The beds were memory foam mattresses, was not the best quality. I will not stay here in the future.

    « Disappointed »

We stayed here instead of our regular Drummondville Hotel to save a buck. That was a mistake. I should start by saying that one of my family members has an allergy to pets. Normally hotels have a pet free floor and this has always been 100% fine. Best Western was suppose to have a pet free floor, however mistakes were clearly made. We literally had dogs running in the hallway. The manager apologized and stated that it was a mistake that occurred because they were booked for the night. They provided a free breakfast, but we would've preferred a night that was not uncomfortable and sleepless. While our room was clean. We did not find the hotel clean. We had a family joke that if you got lost you could just follow the dental floss that people had left in the hallway back the the room. The pool was nice in the evening, but in the morning it was in need of a really good cleaning (clumps of floating hair and band aids) and I did not feel comfortable letting my kids get in. The room was quiet an clean. All staff I interacted with were friendly. Overall it looked like a place that was nice five years ago and is starting to go. The pet free floor mistake made it a zero fun night for us.

« Good place to stopover in Drummondville »

We recently stayed at this hotel on two occasions, travelling to and from the maritimes from Ontario. It was easy to find from the highway. I was a little worried when I read some of the earlier reviews; however, our experience was favourable. Both rooms we stayed in appear to have been recently updated, clean, and with comfortable beds. On the second stay though our shower/bathtub was less clean then desired: the grout was stained and the shower curtain smelled bad. We ate in the hotel restaurant and found it to be very satisfactory. As other reviews have mentioned there is only one small elevator, but this was not a big problem. I would recommend this hotel for an overnight stay.

    « Pleasantly surprized!! »

Hotel was easy to get to from the highway. The outside appearance was very nice and inside was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were excellent and area surrounding was very inviting. Our room also was very clean and nicely decorated and the bed was super comfy. Lots of technology electric plugs. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

    « Clean but a little dated »

Travelling east and needed a place close to restaurants and providing a good night sleep. The room was clean although decor wad a little dated. Our room opened to the inground pool area with hottub. Beds were comfy and a good sleep before continuing our travels. Great caa rate. Restaurant on site is fabulous so don't go elsewhere but that's another review.

    « worse mattress ever »

very great location off the Aut 20. Near great restaurants. Secure parking was not very secure. Tiniest bathroom ever. Worse mattress ever. My husband can normally sleep anywhere and anytime, however, even he could not sleep on this mattress. Lumps everywhere. It is like a memory foam mattress and it remembered the shape of every single person who slept on it. Staff were great.

Well, This is the top of the line Hotel. We stayed there for 1 night on the way home from the Maritime. We checked in at about 4:00 pm September 5 2016. We were very impressed at the cleanliness of the hotel. This hotel offers everything a luxury hotel should have. We did a little exercise on the tread mill, had a swim in the beautiful indoor pool, jumped in the hot tube for a few minutes, then relaxed in the room. We even won some money in the casino bar that evening over a Spanish coffee. The one thing, that I really took note of and enjoyed, is the security......You needed your room card for everything even your personal car parking.......NICE TOUCH. Checking in was fast and smooth. We really liked and appreciated the car parked right in front of our room, this made carrying our luggage from car to room only a few feet away through the sliding glass door. The room, with king size bed, was exceptional clean and quiet with hi-speed internet. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel on your travels if in Drummondville, Quebec............I would rate this a 5 STAR HOTEL.

« Good value for the money »

We stopped here on our drive back to Toronto for the night. Friendly staff, quick check in and easy free parking. The room was modern, clean and spacious. The hotel was good value for the price and an easy stop over.

« If this is a Best Western, what can a Worst Western be like? »

This is the second time I stay there because of visiting someone at the local hospital. The rate was attractive yesterday so I decided to try it again, despite being disappointed the first time. A magnificent exterior, on which they spent a lot of money. A decrepit rundown interior, tired, badly maintained, dirty corridor carpets, missing tiles, sofas in lobby dating from the Jacques Cartier time, a computer chair that is begging to be retired, bathroom door that creaks and wakes up your companion at night, room door that does insulate any corridor sound. It gives the impression that it is meant to be operated until it totally expires and will be then demolished. I read some of the positive remarks and was wondering if these people really stayed at that same hotel. Travelgalore

« room was very clean and staff very helpful »

I loved it at this hotel. I will request it again the next time I am in Drummondville. I asked for my meal to take out and bring to my room. They gave me a full tray to take and were very quick to prepare my food so I would not wait long.

« Great hotel, great value and pet friendly! »

Located just off the trans Canada highway....I booked a pet friendly was located on a garden, perfect for dogs and very quiet. Beds very comfortable! 129.00 for two queen beds. It has a pool and fitness centre and gated parking! The front desk gave me a $10 off coupon, 1/ room, for the breakfast buffet which was varied and great value for the cost! All in all, a delightful place to stay!

« Overnight stay on way home to Ontario from PEI »

We felt that the pictures on the Web Site weren't exactly what we saw. While the exterior of the Hotel and the Lobby were impressive, the rest left a lot to be desired. The carpet in the bedroom and hallways was very dirty - I would not let the kids take their shoes off. The bathroom was extremely small, you could barely turn around in it and the towels were thin and worn. This Hotel needs a huge facelift. We went to the restaurant only to be told the kitchen was half an hour behind - to come back later. The two rooms cost $470.00 - over-priced for what we got. There was a very heavy rainfall the night we arrived, the catch basins over-flowed and we took the children out of the pool because the drains overflowed. There was a leak in the ceiling in the pool area. The one elevator was dinghy and could barely hold 6 people with a suitcase. You would have to buy your breakfast.

    « Great Location »

Nice location between Montreal & Quebec city , a lot cheaper than staying in either cities (specially if you planned to visit both ) small pool & very small gym but enough to satisfy the kids . Have all shopping & restaurants withing 5 min driving .

« Large Room and a Great Price »

We stayed here on on our trip back to Toronto from Nova Scotia. It's very close to the highway. Our room was large, clean and very quiet. The front desk staff were helpful in answering our questions. The pool was great but the hot tub was way too small. I like the gated parking for added security. My only complaint is there is only one elevator and it seems a bit old and in need of an upgrade.

« It could have been perfect »

Location has lots of shopping, restaurants, gas around. We really liked the hotel on our first stay so came back. On our second stay, the hot tub was dirty, smelly and still open for use! We travel and look forward to the hot tub after a day's driving but will think twice about this location in future. Resturant on premises is fantastic. Food is really good!

« Overnight Stay at Best Western »

We stayed at this Best western in Drummondville, Quebec, Canada on our trip in July 2016. We were very impressed with our room, it was modern. The bed was very comfortable Has an indoor swimming pool. Also has a secure gated free parking. It is centrally located to all restaurants.

    « BW Plus Drummondville »

We like this one because you can walk to Scores Restaurant after a long drive .... for dinner .. and in the morning you can eat breakfast at Normandin across the road without having to drive once you check in. The room are clean and beds very comfortable. The indoor pool is big.

« Nice hotel close to the highway »

This is a very nice spot, right off the highway, perfect if you're travelling through. We booked a room with a a king bed and we're happy with it. We had a mini fridge, which I always like. We were traveling with our dog so we requested a pet friendly room and got it. The only complaint I have is that we would have preferred to be on the ground floor with one of the rooms that opens right to the outside. We requested that but didn't get it. I would think people with dogs would generally want those rooms. Location is good....lots of options for restaurants nearby.

« Best hotel in Drummondville »

We have stayed at this hotel for the last 2 years on our way east for vacation. This year was July 14. This place is awesome. The staff are amazing and will go out of their way to help you. We will be back again!

    « Good value »

A great place to stay along the way. Staff was efficient and very helpful Room was was clean and the bed a dream to sleep in. I suggest you bring a towel for the pool as you may not want to wait at the front desk to get a towel.

« Beautiful Hotel Would Not Stay Again »

A beautiful hotel, but it would be much nicer if the staff had education in manners and customer service!! While the lady that checked us in was very friendly and polite, when I called downstairs because the air conditioning in my kids room was EXTREMELY loud, I spoke with Mary who was extremely rude and hung up on my after saying she would shut it off. (Which is not what we wanted, because it was quite hot in the room, we wanted it fixed or at least looked at by maintenance.) I then called back, and she picked up the phone and hung up again immediately. I called back again and she yelled into the phone "Just wait a minute". I was horrified that a Best Western would have someone like this on staff as a first line contact with customers. Other than the extremely loud AC that never did get fixed and kept the kids up all night because of noise and the heat/humidity in their room, and the rude staff member, we would have recommended this hotel.

    « Not too bad »

We stopped here late one night on our way through. Quiet and clean, although there was a distinct smell of mildew from the bathroom. Pool looked refreshing but there was no complimentary breakfast. The business area seemed to consist of one computer.

    « Great Overnight stay »

Stayed here overnight on way home from the East Coast. The hotel is right off the highway in a great location. Lots of parking, nice restaurant, bar with slot machines, friendly staff, large modern clean rooms, 2 high back cushioned chairs in the room, small bar fridge, good pool, beds were comfortable and a reasonable price. Only drawback was not shampoo or conditioner for the shower. Not sure if that was an oversight or not, but I had my own just in case.

« Day two of travel »

After driving over 700 km today, I was looking forward to some creature comforts and conveniences and they are all here. Fuelled up the car just across the intersection, had burger and beer in the Casino Pub. Very helpful staff, tasty food and quiet, roomy accommodations.

    « It's okay for the money »

A good chain hotel with a below average room rate on a value day. Disappointedly, the restaurant breakfast posted price approaches the hotel room rate. A spot for a 'passing through' rest. Yet a member of our party did enjoy the room accommodations apart from the lobby pool chlorine scent.

« Cannot beat the price »

I travel a lot and the rooms here are below average for the business traveler. Beds are foam and AC is loud and hard to deal with. For the price, you cannot beat it. Refrigerator in room is small and has no freezer. Bathroom is smallest bathroom I have ever seen. Clientele is rather noisy. Conveniently located near main strip. I have stayed here 5 different times for an entire week. Will stay again.

« Great restaurant AND hotel »

Chosen mostly for location, so we were happily surprised. Comfortable, reasonable size rooms (two chairs - YAY), fairly quiet. We were very pleasantly surprised at the restaurant, where the food was quite decent, the prices not outrageous, the service very good even at 9pm. We would definitely stay there again.

    « Disgusting ! »

We arrived an hour after scheduled check in and were told our room wasn't ready and to return in 30 minutes. We gladly accommodated and actually returned almost 2 hours later. When we checked into our room we found the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. At first glance it appeared so however after attempting to use the facilities we discovered an abundance of hair on the toilet. I called the front desk to have house keeping return to clean it and no one showed up. I had to physically go down to the front desk to have the matter addressed. I may expect this from a small motel although in the many I've stayed at during my vacation I certainly did not. Unacceptable !

    « Overnight »

Great Rate off the highway and friendly staff. Small washrooms and oily salads was the negative. Great value. For family's as well with the addition of the indoor pool. Downside, kids running through hallways. Parking great! Location overall very impressive.

    « Very Nice ! »

Very nice rooms ..clean and comfortable...Excellent pool and area ....with an actual DEEP end. Front desk staff where very polite and parking area ...great location off route traffic to be heard

« Clean updated hotel & room close to the highway »

Chose this hotel randomly at 9 PM on a motorcycle trip. Bikes were safe in the secure parking area. Room was updated and clean with better than normal amenities. Price reasonable. Beds comfortable. Great buffet breakfast in the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

    « No maintenaince »

Clean but so old rooms. The elevator was not working and nobody appeared to fix it, so no elevator working and you need to go up and down the stairs with the luggage. No towels at the pool, you need to go to frontdesk, wait and ask for them. I didn't try the restaurant/breakfast.

  • 1
    « No sleep hotel »

Service was bad. We got in at 3:30 their time. I got to wake up to people in the pool at 8 because they decided to put us right next to the pool with paper thin walls. If you cared about your guests and knew your hotel at all you would have considered this before you placed us in the room.

    « Great stay »

The Best Western Drummondville exceeded our expectations. We were tired and weary after a 10 day road trip and were looking for a comfortable place to stay. We were delighted with our room; the bed was very comfortable and the room was large and modern. It was nicely furnished and very clean as well as pet friendly, which was important to us, since it was too hot to leave the dogs in the car. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we had any questions. We had a great stay and would definitely stay there again & would recommend it to anyone.

    « Quiet and Comfortable »

My wife and I spent one night at this Hotel recently. The Hotel is very close to the main highway and easy to find with ample parking. The reception area is large, modern and the staff welcoming. Our room was on the second floor and it was clean, quiet (no highway noise) and the king size bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well appointed however, the caulking around the tub needs some repair (not a serious issue). There is a restaurant and bar / casino on the main floor but the prices are high (our opinion) so we opted to eat at one of the several other restaurants within easy walking distance - the breakfast buffet was average in terms of available items and quality.

    « Satisfaction »

Nice Pool and well located Air conditionning has an automatic mode, so it "stops" when not temperature is reached This helps overnight instead of a noisy fan all night Good quality of bed & sheets I am more habit to soft touch sheets

    « An enticing visit! »

The staff were great and upgraded our room choice to a suite, simply out of good nature & even without a reservation. The building was clean and quiet and both of our rooms were spacious and included every amenity I could think of. The neighborhood was safe and friendly & we ended up staying an extra night, to enjoy the room upgrade and the surprisingly bustling town this venue is located in. Overall, I found myself impressed at every opportunity. You couldn't do much better on a budget.

    « Very noisy »

First night was OK. Nothing special. Second night there was a prom party and quite noisy. I asked the front desk about it and they told me that everything would be over by midnight and it turned out OK. I asked if there was going to be a party the next night and was told no. Well on the third night there was another massive prom party. I felt that I was given misinformation by the front desk. Had I known that there would be another noisy prom party I would have changed hotels. Please be up front and tell your guests that they may end up being disturbed by loud parties especially if they ask you about it.

    « Great value »

My husband and I stayed here on a recent trip from Ontario. We arrived about 8pm and had no problems finding a nearby restaurant for something to eat. The check-in and out was fast and the staff gladly served us in English. The room was clean and comfortable.

    « Great Value »

Nice clean updated hotel for a good price. Arrived late and had no issues checking in and was surprised by the quality and cleanliness of the hotel. The room was nice and the pool area looked nice, although I didn't get a chance to use it.

    « Functional and standard »

Nothing out of the ordinary here. The hotel has old decor - 70s I guess and the rooms are dated. Pictures on the web make it look a lot better than it is. In any case it was clean and a good rate so no complaints here. I probably would try another hotel next time....not because this one was particularly bad, but I'd be interested to see if others would be better. Had a good and reasonable meal opposite at Normandin - the pizza was nice. Also there is a fairly big mall with Metro grocery within easy walking distance- good for breakfast supplies.

    « Good price »

My husband, three year old son, and I stayed here one night while relocating from New Brunswick to Alberta. We did not plan ahead where we would stay, so tried this hotel as we had enjoyed our previous nights stay at another Best Western Plus and the room rate here at the Universel was very good. We enjoyed our stay here although there was nothing extra-ordinary about it, other than being a good value. The hotel is older although in good condition. The lobby is quite pretty with a waterfall fountain. The room was clean and comfortable (there was some noise from the hall but that is hard to avoid). The pool was warm (which is a good thing - so many are a bit too cold). Breakfast was not included, but the hotel restaurant was reasonably priced. Overall a decent stay.

« Nice hotel with good restaurant »

Nice looking hotel that meets all the standards for Best Western. Fitness room very small though with the TV to the side and could not be watched while working out. Very small room but able to get a workout done. The restaurant was appealing and the food was very good. Staff were very pleasant and everyone I met spoke English well, which was helpful since I don't know any French unfortunately.

    « Great Location »

The Young Lady who checked us in (unfortunately I forget her name) was extremely pleasant and very helpful. She made me feel very welcome and her English was good The room was spacious and clean I would stay here again.

    « Great Drummondville Stay! »

We were able to get a good rack rate online so decided to stay at this very nice property. Pleasant staff, good amenities and a clean, comfortable room awaited us. The town is steps away and offers every amenity one needs almost within walking distance. Some areas of the Hotel would benefit from an upgrade someday but the overall value for price paid was very good. Recommended and will return.

    « Great experience »

Treated ourselves the last night of our road trip. Pool was great, room was comfortable, clean and close to the highway. Use CAA and it was as cheap as lower end motels. Friendly service and easy check in and out.

« Not happy at all »

Should have gone to Drummondville we where told to..the service was confusing ..the rates higher with no free breakfast ..terrible access to our room on the main floor..parking terrible had to drag our suitcases all around the hotel outside...tired and exhausted...we could have gone to other hotel and received a free hot breakfast with parking right in front of room ..travellers beware of this best western tired to change but will book at other hotel tomorrow..not recommended

    « Very comfortable stay »

We just stayed one night as we were travelling through here and found it to be very pleasant. It is right off the highway and yet we heard no noise at all - either from the road or from the other rooms. Rooms were roomy, beds were comfortable. We also ate at their restaurant because we were very tired and didn't feel like going out. Meal was good and reasonably priced, which made for an enjoyable meal. Check in and check out were both easy. Price was good. I'd go back.

« Great Location and Service »

Front Desk staff were friendly and very helpful. Room and amenities were great and very quiet. Access to a large number of restaurants and gas stations and close to Autoroute 20 on/off access ramps. Would recommend this hotel and would stay again if travelling this route.

« Nice hotel, proximity to Hwy. 20 is convenient but noisy »

Room and bed were very good. Lots of local restaurants. Pretty community had great weather and locals were very friendly. Hotel staff spoke English and were patient with my stumbling efforts en Francais.

    « Cozy »

a surprisingly cozy little hideaway in the middle between Quebec City and Montreal. I recommend you try this place out and the local numerous restaurants are plentiful. Not a big shopping mall locally but you can find pretty much anything.

« Unbelievable Value and Very Nice »

Stayed here overnight while travelling from Hamilton to Halifax. Just off the highway, surrounded by a great selection of gas stations, restaurants and other amenities. Given what I paid for the room (it was a steal of a price), I was stunned at how clean the hotel was, how nice my room was and how friendly the staff were (with excellent English skills). We ate in the restaurant and again, the server was extremely good. This will now become my go-to location on my quarterly two-day drives from Halifax to Hamilton!

    « very nice staff »

    « Excellent stay!!! »

HI, It's our second stay at this Hotel Feb 2016 for Hockey tournment. It was excellent all was good. Rooms are clean, fridge in room. Free Wifi. We had the room by the pool side. The parents all gathered around the tables by the pool while the kids where in the pool it was fun. The room was a little stuffy and you could smell the chlorine but nothing to worry about, we put on the fan all was good. The pool side closes at 10 pm. We had a room downstairs so we all gathered there. Great locations, a few restaurants nearby,

« Wonderful Experience, Convenient and Friendly »

My wife and I stopped in Drummondville on our return trip to Atlantic Canada. Because of our recent experience at the BWP in Cornwall, we decided to try the Best Western Plus in Drummondville. We were not disappointed! Room was nice, bed extremely comfortable, we ate in the "pub" the food was good the service was great. Highly recommended,

« Very Clean Comfortable Stay »

We stayed here twice in December when travelling to NB. The hotel is conveniently located right off of hwy 20. Extremely clean with very friendly staff. They have a small gym and a very nice swimming pool. There is both a pub and a restaurant on site to enjoy. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area, its also pet friendly. I normally stay at Best Westerns, this one does not offer a free breakfast but does have lots of free parking.

« Great hotel, conveniently located right off the highway »

Really liked the convenience of this hotel being right off the highway, half way between Montreal and Quebec City. We stayed here twice, and every time the room was clean, quiet, and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was decent, but for those who don't like hotel breakfast, there are other options within walking distance (diner, McDonalds, etc.). Indoor pool was also a nice to have, especially for the kids.

« We always stay here. »

We stay at this hotel several times a year as it is located right off the highway. The hotel is always clean, staff are friendly and there are plenty of amenities within a short distance. The on site restaurant is also very good. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

    « Very Attentative Staff »

Most understanding when one has covered a lot of kilometers, and attentive. The only thing I would change out if they remodel is the dividing wall between the shower/bath and the vanity and toilet. Makes that one part cramped. Otherwise I am giving them a high 4....

    « Over priced »

An expensive hotel since breakfast is not included. Internet was slower than normal. Room clean and bed comfortable. I am a Diamond rewards member yet there was no recognition of this commitment to Best Western hotels.

    « A good find in Drummondville »

We arrived at the hotel and were greeted with a very friendly staff. The paperwork was already done and our room keys were prepared. The staff explained all of the services that were available and what times were open for the pool and gym. Excellent service throughout.

« A very good place to stay »

My wife and I visited this hotel on our way to Tadoussac, coming from New Hampshire. It is quite conveniently located right next to the highway. The check in and check out were fast and expedite. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The parking lot very, very ample. Breakfast was very good. Overall a good place to stay.

« Excellent Hotel close to highway and shopping »

This is an excellent hotel that is close to Highway 20, a major shopping mall, restaurants and gas stations. The rooms are pretty standard North American hotel size and are clean and well appointed. The WiFi works very well (at least in the room we had). The hotel is used for conferences and so there are some good sized meeting rooms available. There is an on-site restaurant if you want to eat a meal in the hotel (breakfast is not included in the room rate). The staff is friendly, bilingual and helpful. The lobby is attractively decorated and the property is very well maintained. A great place to stop if you are traveling through Quebec and wish to avoid Montreal and Quebec City hotels.

    « Drummondville and Riviere - du - Loop »

I usually stay at Best Western when possible because of the value, exercise room, great service and quality of the rooms. The Wifi is great, the rooms are always spotless and the TV channels have sports.

« Great hotel aned conference centre »

This is a 4-story hotel with conference facilities. My first impression of the lobby was "Wow"! This impression remains throughout the hotel. The hotel is spotless and the staff friendly and bilingual.

    « excellent value for $ spent »

Best Western Plus Hotel International in Drummondville was our first stay at a Best Western propperty in several years and we were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of facility, on-site restaurant, and general appearance of the hotel. Ideally located off major highway, yet very quiet. Clean comfortable rooms.

« a good hotel close to Montreal »

Handy & convenient location. Had a king bed room that was spacious and comfortable. Dinner in the "in-hotel" restaurant, " le Verriere" was excellent well prepared and great presentation. Convenient bar off the lobby.Didn't try the pool and hot tub but it looked clean and presentable.
