Best Western Hotel Hillside Inn, Clinton

The rooms needs major updating. The room smelled musty when we opened the door. Had I not been traveling for ten hours I probably would have asked for a refund. Sitting on top of the hill was awesome.

After making my reservations on line, I decided to extend my stay. I tried calling the hotel directly but no answer. I tried a little bit later and finally someone answered. I tried calling several times on the same day of my arrival but no answer. There was no plastic bag for laundry like so many other Best Western provides. Upon taking my shower, I noticed a large yellow stain on the washcloth. The basin had a very slow drain and would have overflowed if I hadn't turned the water off during use. The breakfast room was closed. IF I HAD KNOW THAT BREAKFAST WAS NOT SERVED I WOULD HAVE STAYED AT ANOTHER BEST WESTERN. There were many flies in the area. Mostly because of the trash container. The grounds were not policed on a routine bases. I saw a face mask on the grounds during my entire stay. I know that flies are not controlled by the hotel but less trash may contribute to less flies I know that I should have contacted the front desk so they can take corrective action but I shouldn't have to. I've stayed at many Best Western hotels in the past and enjoyed my stays. This hotel is the exception of Best Western and I will never stay at this hotel again

Have stayed here before prior to 2021 but not what it used to be. Previously owned/ran by a mom and pop. Under new ownership and going down hill. Advertised pool not in services during its mid July. Clean in spots and dirty in spots. Cold air but hard beds. I paid 111 dollars for a 60 dollar motel. Conway is only an hr south of Clinton so will probably stop there next trip as the super 8 is in worse shape than this on. It's a shame because this is a nice area.

Stay away The room had Flys and knats Desk gave me flyswatter no apology for them breakfast was a little protein bar and apple every other hotel we stayed on this trip had normal breakfast getting disheartening with BW show no pride in the brand

I stayed three nights at this hotel. The room was in overall good condition and the price was fair. The motel sits at the top of a hill so the view is nice. The breakfast area was closed to guests which was a disappointment. Good amount of television stations to choose from. Parking was adequate. Owner should consider picking up trash around exterior of property and the common areas. Overall good experience and will probably stay here again.

Nice view of surrounding area. No breakfast of any kind available. Room was quiet and safe, but worn furniture, water-damaged and moldy ceiling, and slow draining sink. Chose this over the Super 8, which is the only other hotel in town.

This Best Western has seen better days. While it was clean, that was all it had to offer. Everything was beyond well worn, the TV was small and had no service. The final straw was not having any breakfast available due to “COVID”. Definitely overpriced at 105 per night.

We made a reservation to stay at this hotel. We were told that there was a free breakfast in the morning. We checked in and paid over $80 for this room. It was cold in the room. We checked the filters to the heat unit. They were so full nothing could get past all the dirt. We cleaned those. The toilet had fecal matter all over it. Just nasty -- gross. I was going to make a cup of decaf coffee. I go to pour in the water and there was mold all in it. The room was dusty. There was even a partial cigarette under the bed in a non-smoking room. In the morning I go to get breakfast and was told that they aren't doing that. The website clearly stated that at the very minimum there would be a "grab and go" breakfast. There was nothing. I'm not sure what we paid for. Service was terrible. This place sucks so bad.

I checked in. There is this awful unprofessional looking plastic hanging up over the check in counter, but not enough to cover up the mess behind the counter. Boxes strowed all over the floor. Go to our room, #102, I think, big huge glob of red mud tracked in...apparently from the guest before....it led right to the door, but inside it was vacuumed up. It was so bad, we had to step over it to get in the room or it would have messed up our shoes. Why didn't they sweep or wash it up? Dead flies all in the window seal. BUT THE MOST ANNOYING A ROACK IN THE BATHROOM. The towel rack near the sink was broke off, big hole in wall and the rack just laying across the counter. I was very disappointed and I doubt I will be back. No Breakfast. A big sign says newly remodeled, NOPE! Beds were comfortable and clean. Once I killed the roach, the bathroom was clean. Once I moved the broken towel rack, the sink area was clean.

The room was clean. The view is ok from 2nd floor. Other than that it was overpriced. You do hear road noise from highway. No type of breakfast being served. The front desk knows nothing about places to eat or visit. He said they do neither one. I try to only write positive things but I was disappointed due to how much I paid for what little we got.

The room at this location was good. Staff was congenial and helpful. The problem was the dirty parking lot and area around the vending machines: cigarette butts, blown-in trash, a used Q-tip, etc. I was told on the Best Western call center that a packaged breakfast would be available at the check-in desk. It was not. I was told it had a swimming pool. Yes, it did, but there was no water in it. The price did not reflect these deficiencies.

I needed a hotel that would allow me to bring both of my dogs-a 70ish pound Airdale/Lab and a 15ish pound terrier. This was the only hotel in the area. I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised. When I checked in I found out the person taking the reservation (the day before) had entered it incorrectly so the reservation was for the day before. The promptly changed it and refunded what had been charged the day before. They explained to me that room had a little issue with the door handle-it had to be jiggled a little bit to get in. That was slightly frustrating at first but once we got the hang of how to open it we didn't have an issue with it. Once we got in we were surprised at how clean and nice the room was. The beds were very comfortable, with plenty of pillows. The TV, fridge and microwave all worked great. The towels were just perfect-thick enough to feel nice but still very absorbent. The shower was hot and hand plenty of pressure. The toiletries provided were good quality. We were a bit disappointed that the pool was closed (guessing as a result of COVID), but we also expected that to be the case. We were also very pleased that the sound between rooms was almost non-existent!! We will be back in the area frequently and will always choose this hotel!

We have stayed here before in the past and had no problems. This time however the workers were rude and acted as if we were an inconvenience to them. Also the bill I signed at check in was $30 less than what my card was charged for. No email or anything explaining why.

Located on side of a hill with a very steep driveway. Hotel has two levels with parking at each level so there is only stairs if you need go to lower or upper level. Person at check in was very nice. Our room was clean, quiet & comfortable. Internet was fast & easy to use. Breakfast was average Hotel breakfast. Have stayed here before & will again if back in that area.

Room was clean. Up to date amenities in the room. Breakfast was very delicious. The staff in the breakfast room even offered to make us the waffles. She was very sweet! Staff was very welcoming and accomadating. If we are in the area again, we would stay again.

Whether you have a 1st or 2nd story room, you have no stairs; the back of the 2nd story is up on a hill. Views of the valley from the 2nd floor balcony are very pretty. The rooms are clean and inviting. The hot breakfast is very good

I really dislike leaving negative reviews, but I'm am simply baffled by all of the great reviews this Best Western has received.  Maybe we just happened to get the one bad room. This is an old motel that has had a few updates.  The employee who checked us in was fast and friendly. The view from the room was good, as others have said. Upon entering the room, it was extremely hot and musty smelling. The carpet looks fairly new.  I think the beds were fairly new but were quite hard and we tossed and turned all night, but that could just be a personal preference in the type of bed we like so that won't affect my rating. The air conditioning was very loud which also made it difficult to sleep.  The bathroom was clean but only had two 1/4 rolls of toilet paper.  The exhaust fan was LOUD.  The shower itself had good water pressure. The inside windowsill was dirty and had several dead bugs.  It was $99 the night we stayed, but I would consider this a $50-$60 motel.  There is no justification for charging $99 for an old room with so many problems. I'm fairly easy to please, but sorry, I just can't recommend this property.  

This hotel was extremely clean & well-updated. Quite a pleasant surprise for the cost--which is lower than most hotels we stay in. The staff was welcoming & efficient. Depending on where your room is, you may also have a beautiful view as you are up on a hill.

I've gone to this motel many times.. it was Always clean and spotless. I train dogs so it is the only one for 35 miles of my destination. Never a complaint until ownership change. Place is junky, the potty area for dogs was tall grass and biting ants, even I was bitten over 30x.Not safe for dogs!.... Asked to have sink unstopped in my room not 30 minutes after checkin. . never happened. Also I was quoted a lower price than charged..... not a happy camper. I WILL TRAVEL 35 MORE MILES TO AVOID THIS MOTEL

One of the most beautiful views I've ever seen from a balcony. The best hotel breakfast and the most friendly attendant ever. Rooms were clean with no odor. Tv remote was fixed within 5 minutes of me calling the front desk.

There aren't many hotels to choose from, and we expected a bit better from a chain like Best Western. The rooms appear to be recently updated, but barely made current by other standards. They are small, the bed was a bit uncomfortable, and there are still doors connecting your room with your neighbor's. I though that went away a decade ago? The rooms are non-smoking, but if any of your neighbors have a habit - the A/C will suck it in and blow it into your room. The bathroom area was very cramped. As far as cleanliness and friendly staff - yes on both counts. They have two level parking, so if you're on the second floor, you have to park around the back. They do have wi-fi, and it worked great. The views from walkway out over the area are very impressive, but they don't make up for this being a roadside motel masquerading as a hotel. Sorry guys..not great. It's close to restaurants and there's a gas station right across the street, so it's very conveniently located.

A large group of us stayed 3 nights. The rooms were very clean with fridge, microwave, hair dryer, and the typical little shampoo, conditioner, lotion bottles. The beds were piled with a variety of pillows. There is free wifi, nice benches for sitting outside to take in the view, and an outdoor pool. Reception was efficient and quite helpful. The breakfast was typical for this type of hotel. Every employee we communicated with was helpful. It would be a safe place to stay for a solo traveler. We would definately stay here again.

The views are AMAZING! The staff are so friendly and make you feel right at home. My room was clean and quiet with a good view. I had my cat with me and even she enjoyed the room and views. The bi-level lot made it so much easier on me, because I didn't have to go up and down stairs with my luggage or cat! The bed was comfortable and I felt safe there. I wasn't up during breakfast, but everyone seemed to like it. This is definately the place to stop if you're in this small town!

Hotel was clean, and pet friendly with a small fee $8.00. Beautiful view, outdoor pool, parking was close to every room no stsirs wheelchair accessible, close to restaurants, and shopping. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was a little small in bathroom area but otherwise a great room. Clean and very quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend. Steep hill getting in so be careful if slick. Would stay here again

So no worries there. And folks that simply do not trust the Hill, we have had them park at the Truck stop/station and we would bring them straight to their room for their own peace of mind. We enjoyed our stay at the BW in Clinton.The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.When we arrived in the area the weather turned cold..Rooms were warm and comfortable. Staff helped us overcome toe cold problem to make the trip more enjoyable.

Beautiful view!!!! Breakfast was great!!!! I've never seen a motel with a decent price this GREAT!! The room curtains and carpet and furniture matched. I loved it!! I would always stop here and I recommend this property!! I'm glad I stopped.

This hotel is beautiful, sits on top of a big hill, the views are awesome! Susan at breakfast was so nice, I enjoyed visiting with her. The rooms are clean, and comfortable. Twice now I've stayed here and I sleep like a log! I'll be back Nov. 1, 2019!

It was a fantastic stay. Will keep Best Western in mind on future trips. The atmosphere was so restful and the bed was wonderful. All the stafffocused on making our stay the best it could be. When making the reservation, they listened to my needs. We needed a room with easy access and they gave us the perfect room. Once we settled into our room, it was so comfortable. The only difficult thing was the drive up to the hotel. It was steep.

Good place to stay and appreciate that it is a pet friendly hotel. Just remember to request a room that has a microwave and refrigerator. After camping for a month we wanted to have a hot shower, maybe pop some popcorn, snacks, etc. catch up on news Have stayed twice and both times had microwave and refrigerator.

The staff was friendly and professional. The bed was so comfortable. The room was clean and very modern, which helped with the great night sleep. The hotel is located on a "hill" overlooking some of the Ozarks and the view was amazing. Thank you Best Western!

This was an emergency stay and our family was so thankful for the kindness shown and help given. The rooms were adjoining and were extremely clean. Our family was so pleased. If ever in the area again, we will stay there again. Great view from the hilltop.

We have enjoyed staying here for several weekends while we have been interim pastors at a local church . The staff treats us like homefolks and our accommodations are peaceful and quiet. Thank you for your kind hospitatlity.

The staff was very nice and helpful at check in and check out. The room was nice and comfortable. It is easy access to the 2nd floor without having to climb the stairs with out bags. We will use them again if we needed to stay in that town.

This is a hotel that is older with a pretty fresh makeover. Views from the top of the hill are amazing. Hotel was suppose to be non smoking but our room smelled like smoke and cigarette butts were in front of the door when we arrived. Hotel staff was very nice and the breakfast was well set out. Would recommend staying here aside from the smell in the room.

I stayed here one night while traveling alone to Branson. My room was big and roomy and very clean. The motel is on top of a hill and has great views! It was very quiet at night. The parking area (outside each door) was well lit and I felt safe there. The breakfast was great..with a choice of scrambled eggs, sausage, homemade biscuits, toast, waffles, cereal, fruit, apple or orange juice and hot coffee. But the "breakfast lady" made my day...Rochelle is just the sweetest...very attentive to your every need and super friendly! She even hugged me when I left. I had a very enjoyable stay at this motel and felt it was a good value.

The rooms made you feel at home and the employees made us guests feel so welcome. They had a good breakfast and there is a amazing view. So if you are coming through Clinton Arkansas make sure you stop at the Best Western Hillside Inn.

Our room was comfortable and the staff very helpful in making our stay enjoyable and restful. The Hillside Inn is in a good location for shopping and sight seeing. Our vacation was really enjoyable for our family and friends. We will come again in the future.

We went on this trip to visit family and get the rest we needed. We got to visit family and we got the rest we deserved. All because of Dawn and the staff of this Best Western our stay was memorable Thank for our stay

This is a great motel to stay in. Sits on a hillside with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. Motel has been recently totally remodeled, rooms are spacious, mini frig , microwave, and flat screen TV. Only downside was the TV remote, need a one with a few more user friendly functions. I would stay in this motel when in the area

Remote Control: I myself agree about the remote controls, it would be nice to have the Guide button, however, They did a research many years ago on the 'Dirtiest item in a Hotel Room' and it was the Remote controls due to not being able to clean them with actual cleaning solution, so the Hospitality Industry had us switch to these "Clean Remotes" so that they can be wiped down with cleaner and sanitized so that they are TRULY clean. So if we would choose between a truly clean remote vs. a remote that you have no idea what it looks like on the microscopic level, I think we all would rather go through the channels then to have our fingers on something that would be unhealthy. All the staff was professional, there wasn't one thing I can say negative about this property, the breakfast was great, service wonderful and the view was beautiful. We stay at many Hotels but this one knows how to successfully make Hospitality work.

Another excellent stay at the Hillside Best Western! The hotel staff are so kind and friendly, and very accommodating. The rooms were very clean, and smelled fresh. This is a great hotel clean rooms, friendly staff, and great hot breakfast. The beds were very comfortable as well. The staff here work very hard to make you feel right at home. The view from here is also breathtaking in the mornings. Thank you Hillside Inn for a great stay!

The Hillside Inn lived up to its good reviews. Austin, the young gentleman who checked us in, was courteous, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The only problem we had, and this seems to be a recurring problem, is that we had trouble opening the door. The key worked and the light turned green, but we both had to push on the door to make it open.

What can I say. Not much more than a nice motel to stay at. A bit pricey for this time of the year and location however have stayed there numerous times over the years. Very good location in between starting and ending locations

This hotel is completely remodeled and updated. Check in was easy. Staff were, polite & friendly. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. There was a refrigerator, microwave, TV & wi-fi. Also, a complete breakfast with saussage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, etc. This was our second time to stay here and we'll be back.

Wish I was made aware on making the reservation that we would be without a refrigerator. Was told after check in they did not have enough for every room and that even if you requested one you may not even get one then. It would be nice for them to ask when making the reservation if you required one or made aware that I wouldn't have one so I could bring a cooler or make other arrangements to keep my food. That was my only issue with my stay. Rooms were very clean!

We were there to watch on son play in the High school State Championship golf tournament. Parking a vehicle with a golf cart trailer could have been difficult but the golf course let us put it out there. I could see if someone had a medium size rental truck/moving van you would have some limited parking situations. Glad to see that you had a pet friendly hotel.

We stayed here for my sons state tournament. The room was very up to date and clean. Check in was really easy and the receptionist was super nice. Breakfast was not bad. Showers and bathrooms was really clean and shower head was really nice with good water pressure. Hotel sits up on a hill so you do not hear any road traffic

Have stayed here several times as well as other family members. Always clean and quiet (especially being a pet friendly hotel.) Can not say enough about the Manager, Dawn and her staff. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and if you need information about the area, they are knowledgeable and help to find answers you may have. They have great choices for breakfast hot and/or cold. We always feel we are part of their family there.

We were so tired from driving all day, when we came to Clinton. We were pleased to find the Best Western sitting on top of the mountain. It was quiet, the room was clean & Amy was so friendly. We got Room 221 upstairs, and could drive right around to ground level, and Amy was right. It had the best view of all.

No water pressure and would take 10minutes for water in sink and shower to get hot. Front desk worker sat in breakfast area and played on her computer. Wouldn't answer the phone when calling from our room or when we were trying to find a restaurant she had recommended after multiple call attempts.

This hotel appeared to be the best in the small town we visited. It was sits on a pretty hill, higher than most of e town, with a beautiful view. The staff was excellent - friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good.

Friendly, good value and clean. I'm on no carbs and sugar, so breakfast had 2 things I allowed myself to eat, but it had a great selection otherwise. Small area to eat, so you would want to take it back to your room.

We arrived early and Dawn said our room wasn't ready but they had one they could put us in. The room was clean and comfortable. It's a two story building but they have parking on both levels. The breakfast room is small but they have tables outside. The breakfast is your typical hotel breakfast. Everything was fresh and hot and Dorothy kept everything full.

We knew it was the only hotel in town so we were PLEASENTLY surprised at how big, clean, and updated the room was. Plenty of space, large bed, new TV, and friendly staff. The woman who made breakfast every morning did an amazing job. Staff was incredibly friendly and our room was spotless each day. We never had to ask for a single thing. The view from our room was beautiful. Wonderful to wake up to in the morning. Almost didn't want to leave!

Hotel staff was friendly and we were checked in quickly.. Rooms were clean. Express check-out was nice. The hotel is on a hill and it has a nice view facing southeast. Only disappointment was a group of boy scouts mobbed the breakfast buffet before I got there, so I didn't get to enjoy biscuits and gravy.

Because of this incident, I have Implemented a new rule that when groups of people come in, only 3-4 people from that group can come to the Breakfast room at a time so that all guests have time to enjoy a fresh hot breakfast as well. I apologize for this incident. Dawn and TEAM HILL

There were only minor problems during this stay but the rooms were clean and we like the location. The last several times we stayed here the pool was out of service. The breakfast room is really too small for the number of rooms here. The beds and sheets could be better.

My sincere apologies concerning the pool, after our renovation the last thing needed is the Electric company to come and inspect the underwater lighting so that no one gets hurt.

My husband, grown children, and 2 young grandchildren traveled to Clinton for a family reunion. I booked this hotel more than 2 months before travel to ensure we had 3 rooms. I always check reviews before booking, and these sounded good. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful but they couldn't overcome the great disappointment of my grandchildren when they saw that the pool was empty. When I asked the desk clerk about the situation, he said they had a fire last year and the pool was not available yet. These children rode patiently for 7 hours in the hopes of having a pool for swimming. I understand that the desk clerk had no control over the situation, but the owners did. They should have posted on their website that the pool was undergoing repairs and was not available. I guess they were fearful of running away potential customers.. The breakfast food was normal for this type of establishment, but the room was much, much too small. It had only 4 tiny tables that seated 2 each, and people were waiting for a place to sit. Evidently this was a regular hotel room that was converted into a breakfast room. Last year my husband and I stayed in Conway, and we will do so in the future unless this hotel is vastly improved.

Our sincere apologies about the pool, As soon as the electrician completes the underwater lighting inspection so that guests won't be electrocuted. For every day the pool is down our hearts sink, we never like to disappoint our guests.

This motel on the hillside of Clinton, Arkansas, was a delight to experience. The staff was amazingly accommodating and helpful. We were there for a memorial service and Dawn made sure we could check in early and even had her son get an iced tea for one of our family members. This "little" motel makes some of the big ones look shameful.

I Love stopping in Clinton and staying on the Hill. Very secure location and friendly helpful staff. This is a hard to book location so don't delay if you think you might be passing through north central Arkansas.

No safety locks inside room, inadequate water pressure, terrible internet service, no mini fridge in room, Have stayed here most years since 1995 and thought this was a good place. Current management did not honor request for the room I wanted (king size bed on 2nd floor) and did not apologize or try to work with me to keep us happy. Did not want to work with reward points. They were not rude, just very uncaring.

Nice motel with parking in front and rear. Room appeared to have been remodeling recently and was clean and well kept. New windows etc. Fridge was already on and cold. Water feels like water softener is being used. Ac unit worked good and didnt have any weird noises. All the staff were very nice and accommodating. I wanted a first floor but booked without going direct to the hotel so it wasn't available. Breakfast was very basic but thats all its supposed to be. ...the negatives No washer dryer. Never been to motel without them before and I've traveled all over the US. The coffee in the office was weak. The (carpet?) cleaners used here was way too too strong. It dissapated after the second day but way too much was used. I almost asked for a new room but left door open and it aired out a bit on its own before i went to sleep. This isn't the first motel I've mentioned this about. Believe it or not, people don't want to 'smell' anything in their motel room. Im not sure why this is done. I'll look to stay here again in future if I'm back in the area. Overall its a good spot.

Super friendly owners. Clean rooms that smelled great, they even sanitized the remote. Breakfast was better than some fancy hotels I've paid a fortune for. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in Clinton.

This was a good stay - comfortable, clean and new. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The view from the hotel is beautiful... Great option in Clinton, Arkansas for a stay. Just a reminder - Van Buren County is a dry county, so plan accordingly!

Staff went above and beyond. View was beautiful. What a place to take in a sunrise or a sunset! Room was clean and comfortable. Hot breakfast was great! Very nice, will plan to come again, and will recommend to others . :)

Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and informative. The breakfast was hot and diverse. The room was neat as a pin and very clean. I'm giving this property top honors for customer service and can't say enough about the hospitality and caring that this family-owned business showed my family on our recent visit. Great value for a comfortable motel. Views are nice. Clean, comfortable bed and room. Decent breakfast with good options. Pleasant staff. Centrally located for exploring the NW area in Arkansas. Purchased acreage in area, while clearing our property, we stayed here and we could not have found a better place. First and foremost, this is a pet friendly hotel, the rooms are clean, no pet smells, no pet stains, staff very helpful and breakfast is good.

Very pleasant, quiet with clean, well furnished room. Good breakfast with extensive variety. Friendly staff. Nice view and the property is above the highway noise. Entire facility has a well maintained appearance.

Okay, there's a Super 8 on the North edge of town that may rent a few dollars less, but it's located in the Walmart parking lot! BW offers a full hot breakfast (a savings of about $10), beautiful views, peaceful quiet, and renovated rooms. VERY friendly staff combine to make this your hands-down Best Choice!

We have always liked this hotel but now it is even better. It's a simple no-frills place to stay with great attentive staff. The beds are comfy and there is wi-fi and good hot water. The selection of tv channels is awesome.

What a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Extremely quiet with large rooms. There is a beautiful view of the city, valley and hills across the way. I have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed.

Highly recommend! The hotel is updated and we had a very clean room and comfortable bed, friendly workers, great breakfast. A beautiful sunrise when we opened our door. It was all great! The showers/tub were very clean and my in laws were given a handicap room which was very helpful!!!

We arrived late and were received in a cordial manner. We were impressed by the cleanliness and appearance of the rooms. We were very pleased with our stay. There was only one complaint....and that was the dining room was very small for breakfast. Only 3 small tables..total. Otherwise the breakfast was sufficient.

Booked online but would have saved by contacting direct. Checked in late due to traffic issues in Houston. Hotel was booked when we arrived so very happy we DID book online. Staff was great! Helpful and kind, room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OK if you like powdered eggs, the biscuits & gravy were good but the overall breakfast was good. They could have offered something different (hot) every other day. If you plan on staying more than 2 days you may consider eating breakfast some where else.

The staff was very considerate and helpful. They gave us great advice on food and things to do. My daughter and I loved the pool. They offered bring towels to us at the pool????The Breakfast was great!!! Waffles, sausage, eggs, sausage gravy and biscuits.....SO Good!!!!

Very pleased with our stay in small town Arkansas. It made my wife realize that you don't need to spend lots of money to get a quality stay. We would stay again and again. First time at Best Western in years and would look again

Best place to stay in Clinton. The rooms are updated. They had a nice variety of breakfast items. The location was prefect. We loved the view. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Very nice accommodations, very friendly, courteous staff who seemed to go out of their way to may sure we had everything we needed. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Very nice full breakfast. My only complaint was that while each room is a non smoking room, smokers were encouraged to smoke on a bench that had been placed between each 2 rooms. There were guests next to us who were constantly smoking just outside my door, so I had to walk through the smoke each time I left the room and occasionally, the smoke would enter the room. I realize balancing the rights of smokers and those who don't want to endure their smoke is a difficult task, I just wish they had not been smoking right outside my door especially since we were traveling with young children.

Dear Barbara D; It is unique that you should post this right at the time that I have been looking for the rules and regulations on if I could legally place designated smoking stations in the breezeways only. I am with you on the stand for not smoking, the closest thing I have come to smoking is being too close to a Church bonfire.
