SureStay Plus by Best Western Chula Vista West

We were charged for an additional night when we clearly checked out after one day (we got our deposit back) I called to ask if they could please look into it. The manager who claims his name is Jose ( which I know he is lying) gives the worst service, won't listen to you, speaks over you, then hangs up on you. I called back and he hung up on me again. He has no intention of helping out or even offered to look into it. We are disputing the charge with our bank, leaving this beautiful review for you all to be aware and reporting it to the BBB for their unethical practices.

The staff is very friendly and helpful to me in my time of needs I appreciate them a lot and I would recommend travels to come to the this hotel for every stay and the food for breakfast is very good thank you

If you want the worst customer service of your life, stay here. I travel for work and stay in hotels about 200-300 nights a year in a variety of hotel brands and levels. It's been a while since I have stayed the Best Western brand - but I can tell you I will not be going back ever.

We paid a lot of money for our stay and if we'd received a quality stay we would have been happy but we did not. You can see corners being cut everywhere. Call out to the lovely man who checked us in though, he was great. Everything else fell below expectations.

Staff goes out of there way to make there guests happy. Our experience was good overall. The breakfast could stay open until 10:00 a.m., that would be a plus. The parking is a bit challenging with the extra fee and small spaces, but you do feel your car is as safe as it will be. It could possibly use 2 more handicap spaces also. Our overall experience was pleasant,we were happy with our accommodations, and we felt safe. The staff was friendly and eager to get whatever you needed. This is our go to hotel in the Imperial Beach area. The staff (Raju) is very nice and the rooms are clean. Haven't had the free breakfast or tried the pool but I'm sure they are fine. This hotel has an elevator!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Within minutes of arriving in the room I had to leave due to the horrid smell of mildew in the room. This hotel is the definition of putting lipstick on a pig!!!! You've been warned! I had to pick a completely alternative hotel to stay at.

Nothing was clean but the room stank of Fabuloso which smells like toxic bug spray mixed with bad old lady perfume. The air conditioner only blew warm air so we were hot and miserable every night. Breakfast was just basic food (eggs, cereal, toast, yogurt, apple) but it was fine. Beds were somewhat comfortable but, again, hard to sleep when it's super hot outside. We heard a few gunshots the second night. There was a nice Mexican restaurant about 500 feet away that was really good.

A lot of minor issues; the staff were friendly and attentive when quierd. Breakfast had both hot and cold items, same spread as larger facilities. Close to the bay, I could see it from my room. Less than 1/2 price of other nearby properties.

The beds are really comfortable. The rooms are OK. There is a pool but it's not heated. The staff in the office are really nice. Location is pretty central, takes maybe 15 minutes to get to the beach.

The staff was nice but the condition of the hotel reminded me of the hotels that rent by the month to vagrants. The roof leaked, A/C didn't work, shower dripped, there was a gap around the door that let in bright light all night, mattress sagged, and there were people doing drugs in the parking lot. This was basically a flophouse.

As noted by the title, you get quite a bit here. Additionally, the rooms have always been exceptionally clean and comfortable. Amenities are standard but plentiful. I stay at this property often and feel valued as a customer. Free parking too. You can't go wrong here.

Awful rude front desk att. Raju makes bogus charges 5.99 extra per stay demands cash payment rude and unpleasant can't believe a location like this is under the best western hotel chain it's embarrassing they also charge $30 per hour late check out even if ur a rewards member money hungry

The hotel was booked and paid for online in advance but the lady at front-desk still tried to charge extra at check-in. The same repeated all over again the next morning with a man who claimed to be the Turkish owner. Multiple times they tried to be sneaky with charges. This is very poor quality service. Would suggest that customers take a picture of any paperwork (the owner refused to check previous night's paperwork to remove extra charges) or use a body cam to record the incompetent front-desk staff!

Breakfast was taken away when I was standing against the bread. I didn't even get a chance to ask. All I need was a piece of bread. In addition, I got a diarrhea after drinking the coffee with milk. It tasted sore and wired. Lucky me I didn't drink much.

We were in town because my son serves on the USS Abraham Lincoln and the ship was coming home from an 8 month deployment. The trip was divided up between Embassy Suites Arcadia and Best Western. First when booking a hotel when you're from out of town, it's hard to pick a location. We picked Chula Vista due to the proximity to the Navy Base Coronado and the reviews of the hotel. I will say this, we stayed at Embassy Suites first then came to this hotel for Friday and Saturday then back to ES on Sunday. Guess what? The beds are the same. The beds at this hotel were very comfortable and it appeared to me they used the same bedding as ES white bed spread and gold sash. I usually have to bring a mattress topper when I go to a budget hotel because 9 times out of 10 the beds are super hard and uncomfortable. Imagine my surprise, when I did not need to use my topper and was very comfortable. That's a good point comfortable beds. The Hotel is not in the greatest part of town but the hotel is well lit and I felt safe. The room was large and the bathroom was larger than the one at ES. The showers had very nice water pressure. It was obvious however that they removed the tub plug to keep you from taking a bath. That could be a CA drought issue, not sure. We did not get a “grab and go” breakfast, but using the Covid Excuse to only offer pick up and go brown bag breakfasts is disingenuous since we are well past covid at this point, and it's obvious they just don't feel like dealing with offering breakfast. Embassy Suites offers a full breakfast so don't use the CDC COVID excuse, because nobody is buying it. Now a few CONS: Even though we left the Make up Room sign on the door, the maid did not clean our room and we had to go the front desk and ask for clean towels and Toilet Paper. Not a big deal but come on. Now my biggest pet peeve. We drove in from Los Angeles and at 2pm I get a phone call stating my CC had not gone through and if we didn't pay by 3:00 they were going to cancel my reservation! CHECK IN IS AT 3! I have never been to a hotel that ran your CC an hour before check in! THANKFULLY we were only 5 minutes away when we got the call checked in using my Capitol One card and all was well but what if we had gotten stuck in traffic and didn't arrive until 3:30? I had used my Discover Card to pay for Embassy Suites and there was an “over use” hold on the card so when they ran the card it didn't go through. Ok so what? Usually you confirm on a CC then pay for the room when you arrive, and if you're a “no show” after midnight then they can charge your CC, not run it an hour before check in then threaten to cancel you reservation if you don't arrive by 3! I have never had a hotel run my CC an hour before check in. Something Fishy if you ask me. Overall I would stay there again I guess although I probably won't have occasion to do so.

When we arrive to check in we check in the host gave us the key the 1st room was molded so he gave us a second key the 2nd room was worse than the 1st room we informed the front desk clerk that we would not be checking in he assured me that I will get my points back for that night, when I called the Best Western the next day to get my points back he refused to give me my points back and he also said that I was a no show but if I was a no show why was my credit card swiped Please don't stay here this place is filthy and Best Western customer service does absolutely nothing to help.

Raju at the front desk was very helpful I was able too grab a room on short notice with no problems made my check in very fast and smooth that made my night very much better couldn't have asked for better costumer service definitely will be staying here again .

Do you want your socks and feet to turn black because the carpet is extremely dirty and sticky? Then, go ahead and stay. Do you want water all over the bathroom because they can't put a shower curtain rob up correctly? Then go ahead and stay. Do you want solid internet and TV? Then run away and stay at a different hotel. This place is gross, disgusting, sticky, dirty, loud, and a waste of your money!

PROS: The only good thing about hotel is helpful, polite and courteous front desk people. We stayed for 4 nights and talked with 3 different front desk people. All of them are good. CONS: To go breakfast in brown bag. Even milk is not provided. Quality of building is very poor. Feels like cheapo MOTEL. Price was not much cheaper than other hotels. Even though I booked at Best Western site, they charge me $5.47 extra PER ROOM PER NIGHT. Luckily I noticed them on the final bill during checkout and asked them to revert it. Practice like this of sneaking small charge will prevent me and others to stay here again. Just for few dollars, you are loosing guest for future. Need to improve your mentality here.

Location was in a bit of rough area but no disturbances in the night and relatively quiet. Room was clean had an offputting disinfectant smell. Front desk staff was polite. Hot breakfast very misleading but breakfast was provided in a paper bag containing- a gogurt (room temp) frozen burrito (beef & bean/ bean & cheese) nature valley bar and packaged pastry. Odd thing was walking down to breakfast we smelled hash browns but discovered it was front desk staff eating his own breakfast lol.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. What I liked was that the front desk clerk had no problem matching the lower price online! I requested a quiet, non-smoking room. I liked that there was plenty of free parking and free wifi. The grab and go breakfast was ok. The staff very pleasant and accommodating. For the price, location and customer service I recommend this hotel. If you want high end you need to go elsewhere like Hyatt or Marriott.

you like highway noise in the room, somebody's hair in your bath towels and showers leaking so you can hear it even with bathroom door closed. Also homeless people on a parking lot. Very mediocre place.

My trip to chula vista, was to visit my relative, for two days, I did search for place to stay near that are, I found this hotel only to stay for one terrible night. This location has horrible odor, needs more cleanliness, need new floor,. I won't return to this location.

I've very happy with there service and quite area.most very everything close by walking distance. Raju always give a good smile make you feel at home.that's how a hotel business should run.I've been to others they always give me a bad mood. That's why I recommend to stay here. This Best Western property was perfect for my needs. It was perfectly located for my needs. The staff were professional, friendly and always helpful. Located in the central Chula Vista area near buses and the San Diego blue line trolley.

I booked my stay online but had to reschedule do to my son getting ill. Orginally for $99 per night. I wanted to cancel but I was told I couldnt. My only option was to rebooked. When they booked my visit they changed my rate to $199 for the night when the going rate was $89 per night. The manager onsite wouldnt rerate me or refund me the difference. I called BestWestern and they said they dont have access to billing and its up the manager and to persue other avenues. I'm disapointed in SureStay by BestWestern for charging their customers 100% more for booking online and having to reschedule them into paying $100 more for a room that is being sold to walk ins for $89. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful, Housekeeper we're really good , most importantly the thing that we liked the most was the location all the restaurant were close by and also hotel was very close to marina parkway and loved the 7 eleven next door

Staff here is wonderful they go beyond a mile to help and ensure you have a wonderful stay, I would give 10/10 to the hotel staff. The rooms are really really clean and housekeeping staff is always smiling. If given chance I will definitely stay here in future

Stayed for business using my corporate lodging card. Was quoted $89 a night and was charged $119.00 a night. Required to give credit card for incidentals and they charged the entire stay to my credit card making me pay for the stay, not the company on the corporate lodging card.

After staying at this place I felt the hotels can be too clean The room and restroom was so clean that I felt I was first one who stayed in that room and nobody stayed there before, it was very quite and staff was really helpful

This place turned out to be really good after renovations . The rooms were really clean and smelled really good. The front desk and housekeeping staff did really god job in all the aspects. Also, very well lit place at night and ample of parking.

Overall it was a good stay. They did offer breakfast and the hotel was extremely clean and quiet. We stayed for almost a week and never heard anything other than the occasional traffic. Stay was very polite and accommodating

Typically I have no problems with BWs. But what has happen to cetain properties in San Diego make me want to rescend my membership. I booked for one night at a rate. Got to the hotel to find that there was a 50 dollar hold and a 5.46 'hotel fee' not mentioned on the website. I inquired about said fee and the gentleman became aggrevated and stated 'All Best Westerns charge a 100 dollar deposit but we are actually being kind and doing 50...' As if he is doing me some kind of favor. By the way this is not true as Marina charges 15 and the last stay in El Cajon I wasnt charged. Then I inquired about the service charge and he became more upset and stated ' Fine, Ill just lose my job by removing it!' Anyhow, room was overdeodorized, half the channels didnt work and there were stains on the curtain and chair but at that point I just gave up.

We arrived Saturday at 3pm for an event that evening in Chula Vista. Our room was not ready. Other people attending the same event arrived same time we did, and no rooms were ready for us. We were not allowed restroom facilities either during the hour we waited to get to our rooms. Staff was rude and condescending. Our room had only 2 towels and no extra toilet paper. Management admitted that they weren't ready for us and that was evident, but they did not apologize. Acted like they would rather we were someplace else. Later in the evening staff was rude when we returned from our event. I am used to being treated like a guest, not an intruder or a criminal. There was an ironing board in our room but nothing in the way of closet or hangers. The room was clean though, and beds were comfortable. Wifi worked well. ADA facilities are not up to code though, and corporate will be contacted. I would not recommend this hotel.

Over charge for rooms, charged a service fee for no reason. Was told if you requested anything a bottom floor a extra towel you would get charged a service fee. Do not go here. I would not send my worst enemy to stay in this hotel. They will only talk to you through a night window and less it is check-in time or time for breakfast they will not allow you in the building. There was no breakfast of any kind. Was not even offered a bag breakfast. Coffee was lukewarm at its best. Only offered powdered creamer also. Was checked into this hotel to stay for two weeks me and another couple traveling for business together. They after two nights because they arrived before me and me for one night of each of our two weeks days, moved out as quick as we could

Front desk was really accommodating. They were extra friendly and provided everything we needed. Zack was cool as he was there both for our check in and check out. He was attentive and prompt with answering my questions and getting us towels and ironing board. Without his quickness I would have been looking toe-up from the flo-up and late for church! Stayed there for 2 nights in a queen room. Everything was clean and tidy and the stuff were very kind. The only downside was a strong smell everytime we entered the room, but it was gone after we opened the window.

Sure, I stayed. Gladly not for long. Postage stamp property in marginal location struggling mightily to justify its $130/night fee. I try to keep my expectations lowered when traveling but the coup de grace for me was a Covid breakfast buffet bag delivered with a frozen solid vending machine Burrito and yogurt to eat with no utensils. It's the little things folks.

I have been staying here for a while now lol it's been great staying here at the sure stay The staff are wonderful people, Akshay the Manager has been giving me a really good price on the room. Zach & Sam is very kind friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable rooms, the best is everything is near by Mexican restaurants 7-Eleven, gas stations, and so much more I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you guys so much everything.

This was the worst Best Western I've ever stayed in. No breakfast, mold on the shower wall, no water pressure and scratchy linens. And the price was outrageous! When in Chula Vista stay anywhere else.

My stay here was awful. There was a used douche in the bathroom. Shady people hanging around. Couple fighting in room next door all night. I couldn't reach front desk. I did not feel safe here at all.

Why would they hire painters to work at night at a hotel? They did not even have coffee in the morning after that. There was other noise before the painters even arrived. I have never experienced that level of noise in a hotel. They put us on the corner overlooking the pool on the second floor. The door was taped off in the morning, I guess the painters did not finish.

We always stay here for work purpose, one of the cleanest and safest hotel in Chula Vista. Hotel staff is very kind and helpful in all the aspects. Most importantly it is close to the Mexican Restaurant and 7 eleven. Zach went a step ahead to make sure we have a wonderful stay.

Is a nice location in the pictures but it gets bad at night they need to start kicking random people off there parking rooms where 4/10 people at the front desk are 11/10 and beads are 11/10 oh rm 314

I have been staying here for over a week because I had RV problems. It's not often I rate business 5 star, so here's my opinion. Safe area, clean and comfortable room, lots of restaurant and close to I5. The most important thing, the staff are awesome. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable.

No fire alarm in room it was a parent and has been taken out ! Needs work, Iron / iron holder attach very high on wall, no ironing board. Hairdryer holder attached to wall no hairdryer. Toilet seat crooked very uncomfortable. Very loud banging screaming by others until 2:30 and then again at 3:30 and then apparently no manager on site. NO breakfast of any kind offered blamed on Covid other Best Western properties offer a bag and go which includes fruit some kind of a breakfast bar and some kind of a pastry and yogurt. For $100 a night I expected more

This is one of my favorite spot whenever I visit Chula Vista. The housekeeper are very friendly and so a really good job in terms of cleaning rooms. They always have a smile on their face. General manager is very polite and helpful

It is an affordable hotel with great value. The rooms are very clean enough towels,and smells great . Management and the employees are very helpful just love to stay at sure stay a lot thank you for your hospitality. There are convenient stores nearby. transportation for buses is just a few steps from the entrance of the hotel. it's just in case you don't have a car. l feel really safe and secure at this hotel.I love that it's only a mile away from Marina Park. 40 minute drive to the border. Enough parking when you have a car. Free Wi-Fi. Very good security. The double beds are queen-size very comfortable, when you get one that is just one bed it's a king-size really comfortable.. they have iron, hair blow dryer, microwave refrigerator, a sofa, foot rest, office table and chair, enough cabinets and cloth rack and a very large TV with cable and Netflix in some of them.

They have everything that a family would need as room amenities and features. The rooms are always immaculate. The staff accommodates to our requests. The location is close to food places. The property is very inviting and quiet. This makes it feel safe and secure. The beds are comfortable and large. There is a seven-eleven and a restaurant next door along with a couple of gas stations and laundry mat. The housekeeping service is wonderful. They ensure we are necesitated with our requests everyday. It's close to the hill crest medical facility where we visit for our routine checkups. I stay in Mexico and travel very frequently. This place has my highest recommendations for all the travellers.

I am actually a repeat customer at this hotel's the staff here very polite and helpful. They go an extra mile to ensure we have a great stay. Additionally, hotel is located at a prinelocation and is very close to everything.

This is one of the best hotel in Chula Vista area. I always come here on weekend from Friday to Sunday. The staff here is very helpful in all the aspects. They do everything they can to ensure you have a great stay. Location is also close to everything

I am a veteran and it's an honor to stay with the surestay plus hotel as they accommodate veterans with a special discount. The location is great as there is a 7-11 next doors and many places to eat around. They make sure to keep the rift-raft away and make the premise very inviting, and make the stay pleasant. The public transit is right by the sidewalk outside the entrance. This property is renovated, and the mattress is some of the most comfortable I have come across. As I am old, the general manager Akshay has been very hospitable to accomodate my necessities, and also provide concierge.

When we check in, it was raining but the checking process was quick. We stayed 3 days and Front desk Ashky was very attentive throughout our stay. I was impressed with our room cleanliness. Everything is walking distance which we enjoyed. Just wish they had breakfast available but i understand due to pandemic its not being served. Will definitely stay again.

Every time someone closed a door, turned on the shower or called to someone it could be heard. Room stank of cigarettes even though it was a nonsmoking hotel. Sheets weren't clean, tub was peeling, wall paint was peeling, carpet was very dirt. Barely slept, got up early and left. I wouldn't stay here again.

I Had a Great Stay, Will Do It Again. It is Close to The 5 Frwy, Mall And Restaurants. Chula Vista Marina is Only About 2-Mikes Away. All Rooms Have Refrigerators, Microwaves And Coffee Makers. Clean And Comfortable Beds. Im Definitely Staying Again on My Next Visit.

I've been staying on and off at this hotel for almost two months. I like this property because of the staff's friendliness, and the room is clean and spacious. I also like having a microwave in the room and just having microwavable food whenever I don't feel like going out. There is a lot of walking distance shops/food chain around the area. I like walking, so I enjoyed staying on this property.

The room and service was terrible. It had a bad order, could not get towels, bugs, and it appeared to be an extended stay for those with financial difficulties. Do not stay here. If I did not use my reward points, I would have turned around immediately

I was blown away with the high quality hotel room I stayed at. The room was comfortable spacious extremely clean and quiet. I was so impressed by the friendliness of the entire Sure Stay staff along with the terrific amenities Coffee maker was awesome microwave refrigerator and television were brilliant!

Room air conditioner didn't work kept turning off room was hot and SUPER NOISY sounded like somebody was leaving the water on all night , couldn't sleep ..People running around all night tweeker status

Wanted to put me in a room with a hole in the wall then got mad at me for not taking it. Then kicked me out when i wanted to extend do to the city booking all the rooms an hour after i left they had rooms available again. All becuase my son had a cough avoid at all cost the best western plus is a way better hotel

This room is over priced for what you get and we will not be staying here again. The franchise owner is very anti-God. We got this one by mistake and and would prefer the Best Western next to the 805 Freeway.

Hotel was a very nice surprise! We enjoyed a very nice and clean room and very nice and helpful staff. We'll be back. What I like best is the cleanliness of the room and bath. We highly recommend this hotel for your travels.

It was either this hotel, or a Best Western closeby. This cost about $30 cheaper for the 2 nights, and we believed that it would offer a similar Best-Western service. Overall, we had a comfortable stay, but you do get what you pay for, and the rooms are markedly smaller than in the Best Westerns, and as another reviewer mentioned, the breakfast room was very small, and most items were out before 9am. They do allow to take breakfast to your room, but I'm not a guest who likes to do that. I like the open space of a room, the television on low with the morning news, and a little buzz. The biggest issue for us was the noise. We asked at check-in for a quiet room, and was given 206 - close to the street! The receptionist attempted to convince us that it was quiet - it was not. We requested a room change and received another at the back side of the hotel. This was better, albeit with the freeway humming in the distance. Perhaps there is just more soundproofing in a standard Best Western. It's important to note that the receptionist was not at any point rude, or had a bad attitude. Nonetheless, we did like the coffee in the room, and we liked the tolietries provided. The hand cream was rather nice. The breakfast was simple and what we expected. All we'd say is that something needs to be provided to go with the eggs - a sauce, or chives, something. Plain scrambled eggs doesn't seem good enough, especially when thinking back to when we stayed at the Best Western Plus in Page, Arizona, where the breakfast service and options were some of the best we ever had. So overall, an average experience. Not what we expected from BW - but not terrible either. However we will try the Best Western closeby when next in the area.

I had a very restful and comfortable stay at the Best Western in Chula Vista. The staff was friendly the breakfast good and the rooms very clean and modern and roomy. I also liked how convenient the stores and food places were located so close to the hotel. I definitely will come back and tell my family and friends about your hotel. Thank you

First time at a Sure Stay, and likely my last. Booked based on Best Western brand and TA reviews. After our stay looked more closely and noticed that 14/18 5* reviews were placed by people with only 1 review. After my experience I wonder how legitimate these reviews were, or if they were friends of the property. The good, bed was very comfortable, room was a nice size, and room had a large flat screen tv, fridge and microwave. The poor; I was told the hotel had just been renovated. The attention to detail was truly lacking, the plumbing was so noisy, you could not hear the tv when you ran the tap, the tap was installed so far back on the sink that every time you used it water splashed all over the counter. The mirror, lamps, towel hooks were installed crocked, the toilet seat was installed poorly and the sticker from the toilet was only torn half off. The toilet paper roll was so tight that you could not get paper off without using two hands and pushing the paper around the roll. The walls were so thin, you could hear the neighbours coughing all night, and the window curtains were too narrow and short that they let light in all night and blew up every time the heating unit turned on, which it did frequently. The ac unit leaked all over the outside of the room corridor, so you were always stepping over streams of water, they did have some pail to catch the drips. You could see they painted the cement floors, but the paint was poorly done and peeling. Parking stalls were tight, and if the motel was full would be hard to manoeuvre in the narrow aisle. Breakfast on TA indicated waffles and bacon, there were neither, there were microwaved eggs and sausage, along with the same one flavour of yogurt every day, strawberry banana. Coffee and juice was out by 8:40 and it was hit and miss if someone came out to make more. There were also fruit flies everywhere, and they had a half cup with solution out to catch them at the front desk. The pool has been closed since November, but yet it's hours are advertised at the front desk. They had silk poinsettia plants in the breakfast area, that still had the big price tags on them. How hard is it to removed a tag? While none of these items, were that significant, it really did not uphold the best western brand I've become accustomed too. I've attached a few pictures. Just everything here felt sloppy, I hope my feedback will help them consider easy fixes to significantly improve future customer stays.

Going out of our local town to a city can be a stressful time fir my autistic child, but knowing that we'll be staying at a hotel that makes us feel welcome and accommodated is essential for us. We love it!!! Thank you....

The service of the hotel is very welcoming. The hotel is very neat and clean. The location of the hotel is perfect shopping center, restaurant and 7 eleven is by walking distance. Great amenities at a very affordable price.

Friendly staff. Prices were fair. Rooms were clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Perfect location with a lot going on in the area. Truly recommend this hotel to my friends and coworkers. I plan on staying here throughout my business visits.

The hotel is very neat and clean and comfortable. All the services are excellent. The breakfast area is really nice and kept clean. Housekeeping staff is vey polite amd helpful in all the aspects. Akshay the manager went an extra mile to help us. I would highly recommend this hotel

I arrived to the Hotel at 3:00 am and was greeted by Ray who was working the front desk. He was very helpful and made my check in stress free. The rooms are comfortable very clean.Hotel is located in a great location close to everything you will need. Amazing complementary breakfast lots to choose from. Will definitely return again. This is recently renovated and kept very clean. It is close to everything. Taco shop and 7 eleven are right next to it. Front desk is very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly and the breakfast they serve is on point

Very clean hotel and awesome staff. Beds are really comfortable especially when you are pregnant. Akshay is very helpful at desk and housekeepers always have a smile on the face. In short, great hotel and excellent staff

My husband and I had a very nice experience at this Hotel. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful in all aspects. The complementary breakfast is off the hook it was great. We will be staying at this Hotel again for sure.

Great stay, professional staff, good value. Breakfast was good , and free!I would definitely stay here again. the only thing wrong is the swimming pool was closed due to maintenance. But all in all great stay.

The new management and staff was very welcoming, and made our long stay feel comfortable, safe, and secure day and night. Nice comfortable clean rooms, daily breakfast with many restaurants within walking distance.

This is an excellent hotel for anywhere near its price point. Akshay, the nice gentleman at the front desk, was very kind and efficient. My (new) wife (we're on our honeymoon) and I got a nice room in a very quiet location. I would expect to pay anywhere from $30 to $50 a night more than what we paid. I would recommend this location if you have a vehicle and need an affordable place to stay. Great staff all very friendly. You may here some noise from outside but otherwise you'll get a good sleep. As a recently renovated property I would recommend. I usually stay at Best Western, Marriott and Hilton properties. For this type of hotel and the price I would say it was a decent stay. I suggested that they add extra no smoking signs on the second floor balcony and to use more earth friendly plates, cups and cutlery. Currently they are using plastic but should probably switch to paper.

Not what I expected. Had to ask for extra towels, toilet paper only to wait hours before getting it. I have a toddler so needing this stuff is a necessity. My resv stated 3 people. Why would 2 sets of towels be only in the room. Have stayed in best westerns in the past and the reason I chose this brand because of the hot bfast. Looks like I'm switching to Radisson they gave real hot bfast.

So I started with one night and have stayed a lot longer as the drama in my life rolls on. So the staff is friendly and helpful. Good breakfast has MORE than the others I have been at with Eggs and Sausage and many other nice touches. The hotel is recently remodeled so it is like new and clean.

Only stayed for one night, but it was very easy to appreciate the nice air conditioner, furniture, and how clean it was. Had a cushy chair with footstool, mini fridge, plenty of towels, nice lighting including headboard with built in adjustable reading lamp, nice sun blocking curtains, a good looking pool and fruit and cereal in the morning. But what I was really impressed with was the design of the rooms, they just looked really nice and clean. From the lighting fixtures to the stone floors and nice clean bathrooms. I've stayed at $400 a night all inclusive a that didn't look this nice or clean. A large part of that must be the staff, they really must deserve the credit for that.
