It was a great pleasure to stay here while on business in Changsha. The hotel is spacious and modern and the staff really tried hard to help and please. The room was on the 20th floor with great views and the amenities were first class. Most definitely will be staying here again.

First night accommodation after arriving into Changsha. The hotel room is clean and comfortable. We had a good night rest in our room. It was also quiet. we ate buffet breakfast and the spread was basic.

The reason not to give the full 5 stars is that the hotel offer a dated gym and a swimming pool that is almost always closed. Another reason is the temperature in the rooms. It was simply too warm and despite my complains nobody changed it. Despite this the rooms were spacious and comfortable with a great view. Breakfast was excellent with a wide assortment of different types of foods. Worth trying is the foot massage. This is a speciality of Changsha. Very special.

I loved staying in this hotel. The room are spacious and clean. The service and continental breakfast are great. The staff is young, enregetic and very courteous and helpful. Spa and massage is great. Shopping malls at 10mn walk from hotel. Would definitely recommend to others.

Nicely located with shopping centre and a small park within walking distance, I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and modern my room was. All usual in-room amenities, with a spacious bathroom with choice of rainfall shower and separate bath tub. I think the trick is to ensure you opt for a non-smoking room, as a colleague who didn't specify ended up in the "cheap wing" which smelt of smoke, was rather tired and didn't have a fridge. The bed was really nice and the room was very clean. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with many international and local choices, including fabulous dumplings - well worth trying. We ate in the Chinese restaurant inside the hotel one night and were really delighted with the Sichuan cuisine (nice that some less spicy dishes were available amidst the choices!). There's a coffee shop (bit dingy and smells of smoke) where you can get a cake/coffee during the day and a beer at night. The only real disappointment was that the pool wasn't open - you can only swim from June (I was about a week too early), but this wasn't a deal breaker. Overall, a really good hotel and one I would certainly return to.
