Value for money, just a little tricky getting into the grounds, but we got there. Excellent parking options. Beds were soft (our favourites), biscuit.snacks were a life saver for cranky toddlers and plenty of tea and coffee on offer.

This motel we stayed at was excellent the staff and managers were very nice felt welcomed the moment you checked in..the room was very clean and up the standard even had swans made out of towels on our bed..would highly recommend this motel to anyone and the price we found online through booking.com was a good price...

I turned up on a Thursday afternoon and a young man was yelling at an older woman "you f---ing dog". When the manager threatened to call the police she said "don't worry, he's just off his meds". Some seedy looking guys with tatoos were hanging around watching, I decided to stay at another hotel and didn't check in. When I found out my credit card had been charged anyway I rang up an asked for a refund. They were rude and aggressive, hung up and wouldn't return my calls. Eventually I asked for a receipt so I could claim it back from my employer. It never came.

The owners were extremely friendly on arrival. Room was very very clean the only downfall was there was no Foxtel, but this is a minor issue. It is close to the centre of town and is very quiet, cant hear road noise. Will stay again

Friendly staff comfy beds. Well located to everything you need. Good pub within 5 minute walk nice bistro and kids indoor playground. Hassle free easy going place. Motel is on a main road and close to train station but quiet enough in the room. No complaints

Stayed two nights, very pleased. The unit was clean and well presented. Tea and coffee amenities with decent coffee and not the rubbish that some places inflict upon us. I was concerned about the traffic being that it's on a main road but it was not an issue, I slept soundly. The car park is conveniently in front of the units which is great if you've got heavy luggage. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving recommendations to places in the area.

We stopped overnight on our way North, and were lucky enough to get a last minute booking due to a cancellation. The property was perfect, our family was spoilt for beds with 3 beds in one of the 2 bedrooms. Property was clean (shower was amazing) and being minutes from the highway was perfectly convenient. Staff were lovely, other guests obviously also happy and relaxed. Highly recommend.

This hotel was wonderful! Barbara welcomed us and was very helpful with dining suggestions. It is close to the Australia Zoo and not too far from Brisbane. We traveled from there to the Sunshine Coast in about an hour. Nice little city, too!

We needed to visit Caboolture for family reasons. This hotel turned out to be a pleasant surprise. We were in unit 18, which was situated towards the back, away from the busy road. Comfy modern room and bathroom, which was clean and nice linens including face washer. There was a bit of noise from other units and car parking but not too disturbing. Having the kitchenette was handy, with plates and cutlery to eat take away in the room. There are 2 Best Weaterns, so double check address. $1 drink machine in the laundry - bargain. You can walk to the bakery, train station and shops easily.

Came in late one evening and confirmed via email before that there'd be someone there to greet me. Easy to find, and the check in was swift. Very nice family own this. The room itself had been renovated and the bathroom was good, and the bed comfy. I needed to check out early but leave my car in their carpark, while I worked, and they had no issue. Felt safe and secure staying here. Thanks!

Room was nice, clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is located on main road but the room was quiet. Good location. We stayed night after attending concert at Sandstone Pt Hotel Bribie Island.

On arrival we were met with a friendly couple. Clean and tidy motel Kids loved the pool Complimentary drink on arrival. Can't ask for better service Comfortable beds Thank u We will be back What more can I say. It's great

To be greeted with complementary drinks is a first for me,Deer and wine delivered to our room on arrival. then a personal escort through our room ensuring we knew where everything was and if we needed any assistance they were availble. The rooms also have a microwave, stove top and crockery. there is a sign in the room if any other cooking equipment is needed to see the office. This is what service is about. The room is very well maintained, modern decor, everything you need.We had a room near the road, but never heard any traffic noise or noise from other rooms.

A very nice motel indeed. Part of a cycling trip to Brisbane, it was a very good motel. I enjoyed my stay very much! Fairly spacious room, with comfy bed, kitchenette and large enough, and clean bathroom. Very close to the best parts of Caboolture and good guest parking. Polite staff, and for us at least, a compliment beverage of our choice (not hot;no coffee or tea type drinks, I think) brought to our room after check in. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

In need of an upgrade as in its current state is not good enough. The TV in our unit had an ongoing humming noise so it wasn't watchable. 2 of the 5 lounge lights didn't work plus the main light in the kitchen area kept flashing – we told the owner / manager about this and he said he'd fix it, but he didn't. The fridge sounded like a rattling steam train. To top it off the free wi-fi was non-existent (“it's being fixed tomorrow”) and our room was not serviced – the towels we left for replacing were not replaced and the rubbish bin wasn't emptied. Basic services I would expect for $134 a night. On the plus – the location was handy to town and to Australia Zoo and there was no drama about our late arrival. There is also ample parking onsite and the shower in the room was excellent so this saves it from a 1 star review. But certainly would not recommend or re-visit.

Didn't have any expectation and was very impressed. Checked in and were delivered a cold beer and a nice glass of wine to the unit by a very personable manager. Unit was clean, well decorated, the bed comfortable and a quiet night was enjoyed. The breakfast was delivered on time, perfectly cooked and hot on arrival. Free Wifi. Full marks to this little gem.

We stayed for the weekend to see the Abby Medieval Festival, lovely clean motel, we stayed at unit 18 with was very quite, had everything we needed for our short stay. Philip & Penny were very great hosts, allowed us to leave our overnight bag in the morning , on our return from the festival we were shown to our unit and welcomed with a glass of wine each. Close to the railway station as we came up from the Gold Coast by train. If you enjoy stay at Best Western you can join their BEST WESTERN REWARDS card.

Hi everyone, We stayed at CCMI overnight after attending an event at the Qld State Equestrian Centre. The hosts are very friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. What set this motel apart from others is that they supplied a kitchenette with microwave, crockery and cutlery. This was really helpful. A short walk to Pub, RSL and Noodle bar made this a very convenient place to stay. Our booking included breakfast for the 3 of us. I felt a bit guilty because the price per night was so low. I will be going to back for sure. I couldn't fault this establishment considering the money I paid.

Wonderful experience in a small town. The staff are committed to providing a pleasant experience. Not only was I offered a welcome drink but the staff member accompanied me to my room to show me how everything worked and to ensure that I was comfortable. Some of the major chains in the big cities could learn a thing or two from this establishment on providing customer service.

Sweet hotel with excellent customer service and very well equipped rooms. It's clean, has a great little pool and BBQ area. Very easy to stay in as the guys have thought of everything. It's a little dated looks wise but we didn't mind that at all. Actually quite the opposite. Great find.

Greg serviced my rooms and fed me breakfast and dinner on time without fail He was up at 5.30am making sure everything was in order. There is nothing I can fault about his services as he and his rooms were impeccable. I would highly recommend Greg and Great Western to anyone passing by Caboolture for business or otherwise He provided undercover parking for not only my new ute but also my trailer. Best person to understand a tradies needs. I must mention this was all at a reasonable cost and all parlking was under cover.

I had to take a quick visit to Caboolture to visit a sick relative. My room at this motel was quiet and comfortable with good amenities including a kitchenette, for an excellent price. Check-in and check-out were quick and friendly. Overall a really good place to stay.

Stayed for 2 nights in family room 2. While its not the larger family room it was comfortable and close to pool, which was excellent for us. Had the optional extra of having cooking utensils and a small kitchenette which we found useful. Staff were great! Friendly and helpful and very welcoming. Greaf location to everything in town, just a few minutes drive off the Bruce Hwy. Would recommend this motel ( be careful to book this one as opposed to another budget motel close by with similar pool in pics! Was a completely different stay so this is a much more pleasant option) and will stay here again next time we come to the area to visit family

Stayed here for a few days, rooms are clean and well appointed. Small kitchen for food preparation useful. Next to the main road, but couldn't hear any road noise. Check in and out easy and friendly Would stay again

Nice room fairly big nice double bed and a single next to it the bathroom is fairly sized and the air con gets nice and frosty Would recommend this place no matter what the stay of for if you do need to be in cabbo for what ever you're doing! It was 120 a night and this is a fair price for what you get they do provide single sized shampoo and conditioner

Everything here was excellent Staff were incredible nothing too much trouble for them and the rooms were clean comfortable relaxing and quiet Cost was more than reasonable and we have rebooked for next year

After a long day in meetings and travelling was nice to be welcomed here . Quick check in and even escorted to my room which was a nice touch and rare for a motel . Large room , comfortable bed and also had a spa bath . Very clean and all the amenities you'd need . Great on site parking as well . Room service breakfast and dinner though I didn't partake this time and reasonably priced . Large Tv with both free to air and Foxtel channels . Would stay here again as a good quality Best Western for sure .

Good Location, part Undercover parking. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast Arrived on time and cooked well. Room was spacious and not much traffic noise. Free Wifi though its a bit slow due to not a great connection. Friendly Staff.

Resonable accomodation, although room poorly serviced (missing dish washing equipment for example and no breakfast ordering forms). The manager was rude and unhelpful. Did not provide accurate information on the complimentary breakfast when asked. The manager actually lied to the other couple I travelled with and said there was no complimentary breakfast even though the booking confirmation said so. Car parking cannot be guaranteed as the car park outside a room is not assigned to the room. WHen we arrived back late at night, there were no car parks available. Overall the surly, unhelpful manner of the manager makes this a place to avoid.

fantastic service and location we stayed in two rooms, one was the accessible room, the accessible room was fully equiped, the bathroom was the best we have ever stayed in, with rails where they should be. the rooms were spacious with coffee and tea making available, also a kitchenette which provided everything we needed. the property was located within walking distance to the town. the staff were more than accommodating with anything we needed. highly reccomended

A great Motor Inn...We had a sporting event at Morayfield Sports Centre, so this Motor Inn was just 12 mins away from that, which was most convenient for us. The Motor Inn was extremely clean and spotless. Being light sleepers we were relocated to a quiet room which resulted in a great nights sleep, which was most welcoming since driving up from the Gold Coast. Our Hosts couldn't do enough for us, they were friendly and accommodating and went out of their way with good recommendations.We'd definitely would stay there again without a doubt! Definitely great value for money!

Clean comfortable. Well located in centre of town. Parking. Wifi. Couch a/c. Kitchenette equipped on request. Good television selection. Extra pillows blankets. Iron and board. Toiletries. Lots of hot water. Walking distance to most restaurants

My family of four stayed in a 2 bedroom family unit for two nights. The helpful staff made our stay very enjoyable . The room had everything we needed and we were even able to park our trailer onsite as well . The room was quiet clean and very roomy . I recommend this motel very highly!!

They don't have room service with fois gras here. But its not pretending to be that. Its a clean, friendly, helpful, quiet motel in a convenient location, and it does all that very well. Greg and Julie could not have been more helpful. I needed to sleep during the day because I was on UK time and I didn't get interrupted once in three days. A lot of five star hotels struggle to manage that. I definitely recommend this place.

We had 2 groups of 4 adults and 8 children that needed an overnight stay while travelling to the Sunshine Coast, we rang around thay day and this hotel had 2 family rooms available for a very reasonable price. When we arrived, I was pleasantly surprised how clean and spacious the rooms were. Cheap laundry service and close to shops although I wouldn't recommend walking around at night.

Stayed here two nights and was impressed, first with the friendly service and the excellent room. On checking in and remarking that I was attending a meeting the next morning, I was offered a lift to the venue the next day. Never had that happen. The motel was very quiet and the room very clean, with comfortable bed and pillows plus the dark curtains kept the room dark at night. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others that needed a quiet and friendly staty.

Stayed here 2 nights while visiting Brisbane. Check in was great, Greg at the desk was very helpful with things to do in the area. A map of the area was provided and a train schedule. He escorted us to our room to make sure everything was satisfactory. This hotel is close to restaurants, sub shops and other fast food. It is also minutes from the Caboolture train station for easy access to downtown Brisbane. I never heard a train while in my room and they run regularly. To take the train one way to downtown Central Station cost $11.30. Express train takes about forty minutes, the regular train, sixty-five minutes. A beautiful park is located within a short walk. It was nestled next to the river. There was a walking trail with novel outdoor excercise equipment. Our room was clean and comfortable and was equipped with fridge and microwave. The one negative is the WiFi was horrid, dropped out all the time. I had to tether to my phone.

Loved staying at this motel, staff were so friendly and helpful! (I'd previously had a bad experience with another hotel in the area) Room was clean, and had everything we needed and checking in and out was a breeze. Thank you for a great stay :)

Located a few minutes away from the Caboolture train station. This motel is very quiet and it offers rooms that one can cook. The staff are friendly and the rooms are tidied every day. The only thing is that the wifi reception is low and it fluctuates. There is a small swimming pool as well as a barbecue area in the pool area.

We booked a 2 bedroom room, room smelt of smoke, you can hear trains go by during the night, shower doesn't work right you can't adjust the shower head due to rust. The room air conditioner's don't work right, they very noisy and have run out of gas. tv remote had dead batteries, Rooms are cramped and very small in general. Staff are not real friendly and everything you ask for seems like a effort for them. There is no designated parking for the rooms to its first in get the parking spot. Had to park in a back street. The Hotel advertised free wifi however couldn't pick it up in our room, had to go into the car park to pick up the signal. The only real thing it has for going for it is its only 10mins to the highway and its close to the train station and corner shops. Very budget hotel. noise as its close to main road. I would not recommend this hotel for any family visits. ok for one nighters.

Stayed here for one night. Good location for getting back onto the highway. Shops and restaurants are very close, about a 5min walk. Staff are friendly and helpful. Wifi was fast and reliable. Good choice of TV/Foxtel channels.

Fantastic central location! Friendly staff that went out of their way for us. Very welcoming, great clean room 5 stars! Highly recommend to all, definitely would stay here again. Affordable and great showrs!

Stayed there overnight on business. The new managers had been on the job for only a week but were friendly and helpful. The room was generally very clean (except for the toilet which needed a good sterilising under the seat) and the bed very comfortable. The kitchenette was handy and air con relatively silent, once I worked out how to start it (the room key tag needed to be inserted into a slot on the wall)!! Lower King Street is quite busy so traffic noise is an issue, especially about 5 am onwards, but most of the motels are located on this strip. The motel position is a strong point as it is only a short stroll into town to clubs, pubs and restaurants. Try the RSL for dinner, very good. I'd stay there again.

What a great place to stay staff are extremely friendly made us feel welcome from check in rooms are clean and great will be recommending this place to anyone traveling to qld. have never felt more welcome anywhere else
