Best Western Inn & Suites

My husband and I decided to stay overnight at a hotel with a pool & hot tub. We had enough points for a free night so we booked this "Inn & Suites" in Byron. The pool and hot tub were the reason we chose this place First off, when you see "Inn & Suites" you may think it's a hotel----it's not, it's a motel with a sneaky way of phrasing it. The amount of noise we heard all night was crazy! From highway noise to every person walking past, it made for a somewhat restless night. Secondly, when you see "Indoor Pool and Hot Tub" You may think it'd be a nice place to relax away your aches & pains---NOPE!! The pool was COLD and the "hot tub" was not much better!! Couldn't stay in the pool for a minute as it was way too cold so we went to the hot tub and not only was it not hot but it wasn't even lukewarm! Husband talked to front desk person who reset the breaker for the hot tub but said the pool was fine and that all indoor pools are that cold. Unbelievable!! I told him BS so he walked away. We weren't going to wait around for the hot tub to get warm--so went back to our room to order pizza and watch a movie. To be fair, the person at the front desk called at around 9pm and told us we could go to the hotel next door and use their pool. I appreciate that he tried but really? Walk over at 9pm in our swimsuits (which we'd already taken off) does not sound relaxing at all. No smart TVs here, surprise, surprise! Only live TV but we made the best of it. I called Best Western directly to let them know about our stay and they called me back the next morning. Not only were they no help but they wanted us to go back up to the front desk to argue with yet another person. There's a reason we don't stay at Best Westerns anymore. When the kids were little it used to be that we'd know Best Western would be a clean, nice place to stay. When we had problems previously they were handled with care and respect. The way all of this was handled was so poor, I'm not sure I'll ever stay at another Best Western.

They stay was great kids love the pool and hot tub but the best part of the stay was the breakfast service from Nelly it's great she always greeting everyone that come in she super friendly and nice make me feel at home thanks for ur hard work Nelly see you next time

Overall this hotel needs a complete make over. The room smell was terrible. Musty/moldy and old furniture, with some drawers not even closing. Others have been complaining for months, based on reading other reviews, and it must not be important to the management. After a full day on the road, we weren't in the mood to change hotels, but I will certainly not stay here again.

Room with tax and $20 pet fee was $140.00. The room was worn out with old furniture showing a lot of wear. AC/Heat was very noisy. Noise level was very high from guests just walking by the room and vehicles arriving and departing. There were no grassy areas to walk the dog.

Great clean hotel. Super friendly staff. Great place to stay with pets! The girl at the front desk was very caring and made sure that We had everything that we needed for our stay. We were traveling with a car hauler and she made sure that we had a safe place to park. My dog felt very comfortable in his surroundings which means a lot to me.

We stay here on our way to Florida every year. There were a lot of construction crews staying here so that may be why we got a handicapped room. The pillows were soft, the water was hot, but there were issues. The toilet ran constantly, the shower head is pretty cheap and I had to hold it in my hand for it to work. And why is there no guide for TV channels? I had to call the desk (Sandra is a rock star, by the way!) to ask what the local channels were. Room was clean but the outside light came in under the door all night. Good wi-fi, and comfortable beds.

This location is very clean and close to several restaurants. Done are in walking distance. The room was clean and the bed was VERY comfortable. It is well little with lighting. Breakfast was great with a good selection of grits, eggs, meat, waffles, oatmeal, fruit, toast and bagels and cereal. When I'm in this area, this hotel is my preference.

It is a smoking and non-smoking hotel. I tried 3 rooms and they all reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke. Within 30 minutes I had a headache. Bed had lost all firmness/integrity. Quite uncomfortable. The staff person was nice, but not willing to let me cancel my stay after the 3rd room. So, either stay there or lose my money and try to find another hotel.

I would have given this hotel a higher rating if we would have had a decent breakfast but when you check in late, sleep and breakfast (on a Sunday) is 6-9am and you get there at 8:55am and almost everything is cold or put away it's stinks. Granted we got there “late” but we SLEPT -I suggest a 10am weekend breakfast on the weekends. The room also smelled moldy when we got in the room.

Hotel staff were caring and helpful. The whole place was extremely clean. Breakfast was wonderful. They offered hot, cooked items as well as the usual fare; they had someone dedicated to helping, so it was fresh, clean, and plentiful to the end. Great place to stay!

Terrible and terribly long check in over 30 minutes. Very unfriendly front desk women. Room presented numerous small roaches on phone and walls. Microwave corroded on inside. The room was almost 90 degrees as the a/c wasn't already on. We demanded a refund as soon as we walked into the room it was so bad. The women at front desk offered no apology and had very bad attitudes. This hotel either needs new housekeepers or new management. Terrible.

Pet friendly hotel. $20 extra fee for pets. It was $107.00 after taxes before the pet fee. Older style hotel with outdoor entry to the rooms. Our room seemed reasonably clean. Didn't see any pet stains on the carpet and the room didn't have any funky smells. Didn't see any bugs. Mattresses were comfortable and bedding was white and looked clean. Free breakfast- The coffee was pretty weak and didn't taste the best. Overall a good value if you just need a place to sleep.

Did not realize that this is an older "motor inn" style setup, where you park outside your room. We checked in after 10 PM, so there was no parking anywhere near our room. Also, check in at that hour was through a bank teller style window, which was a little off-putting. Staff was pleasant, room was adequate, beds were comfortable. Skip the breakfast.

Awesome stay and awesome staff! Sandra at the front desk was the absolute best hostess I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Sandra was the true definition of Southern Hospitality! The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. This will definitely be our choice when needing a room in this area!

Clean beds, decent rooms, decent value Looks like possibly rebranded BW, sketchier on the outside than expected. Rooms were clean; ok quality Loud A/C and didn't seem to run very efficiently or cool well. We had reserved 2 rooms but one reeked of urine and the other of bleach. Front desk gal was not initially believing the rooms could smell so bad that would require us needing to change rooms. Finally she allowed us to switch.

Very nice people and very clean rooms! We slept wonderful! And the breakfast was great with a super attendant! We have a trailer and parking was easy. We also have a pet and our room was seemed very clean.

Traveling from TN to FL. for my daughter performing in FL. We stopped in Byron GA. overnight at the Best Western, then continued next morning to Surestay Plus by BestWestern in FL. I would give the Byron GA. Best Western a higher rating. But SureStay did have some perks but checking in was terrible even though I had reservations months before. Both places are not like shown in the pictures. Both do have very nice staff.

Room was disgusting!!! Pet stains on carpet, curtains falling off window, broken mirror & shower tiles, mold on bathroom ceiling, no grass for dogs, room looked like it should be rented by the hour!!!

The best part about my stay was Sandra, the breakfast (Nelly), and the hot water. The rooms smelled damp, old, and stale. The tub had a puddle of water in it with strands of hair. I went to the front desk and unfortunately Sandra was not there, and the night front desk clerk was there. When I explained to her the issue with the room, she insinuated that I was the reason for it, because only housekeeping goes onto the rooms. After persistence my room was changed. In the new room the smell was the same, but now there were 2 roaches, one big on and 2 little ones. I called the front desk, answer. I did not go down to the front desk because I had showered and got ready for bed. The pillows were no comfy either. I will not stay at this place again nor will I recommend it to anyone. I told the front desk the next morning and I have not heard from anyone yet and it has been a little over 2 weeks.

Sandra was such a pleasant person when I called to reserve our room. She greated us at breakfast with a smile and bubbly personality! She made our stay very pleasant. The breakfast was wonderful and well maintained.

Hotel was conveniently located close to highway. Rate was reasonable. Room was very clean, water was nice and hot. Beds were comfortable. Just wish they'd offer firmer pillows if asked, but that's all hotels. Will definitely use again. Check in and check out was fast.

Only problem the maintenance guy kept bugging us in am about when we were leaving. It got annoying. Check in was fast and friendly the gals were great. Breakfast was nice the lady working the breakfast was also very friendly and made sure everything was ready.

We have stayed at a lot of hotels along 1-75 between Tennessee and Florida. Virtually all of them have been disappointing. That is not the case for this venue. The staff was friendly. The area safe. The room was generally clean. The facility, pet-friendly. The food was passable for these types of hotel offerings. The pool and hot tub were indoor which made it good for a wintertime trip. We would stay again. (If I could have given a 4.5 star rating, I would have. The room could have been a little cleaner and the food a little better. Nevertheless, it was the best price for the value received.)

This hotel is old and worn down. It is seriously in need of updating. The toilet clogged and the tv stopped working in the morning. The room and linens had an unpleasant odor. The breakfast was not very good. The coffee was horrible. The room was fairly clean though despite all of the other issues. I would not stay here again.

This was an overnight stop and found the motel to be old but well maintained and clean. Staff at front desk was very helpful and personable, getting us checked in as soon as we walked in the door. We will stop here again. Did not eat at the breakfast buffet. Our room was nice, had all the ADA features we needed. Only "downside" is that being the age of motel, it still has outside corridors. But other than that, everything was just fine.

Our experience with phone call research, check-in and breakfast staff was excellent. Pleasant, friendly, helpful staff. They gave us a list of local restaurants, in which we found the "Country Buffett" to be extremely top notch, perfectly cooked southern comfort food at a very fair price, and plenty of food choices for those eating vegetarian as well. Breakfast at this hotel was great! Lady worker was constantly refilling food, drinks, and cleaning. She was also very friendly and welcoming. Scrambled eggs, sausage, grits, make-your-own-waffles, yogurt, cereal/milk, bagels, breads, cream cheese, coffee, juices, etc. As for our room, it was very clean. I have already commented with the hotel directly about their extremely outdated and very uncomfortable hide-a-bed sofa in the suite we rented. Mattress would be uncomfortable for small children, let alone the adult who slept on it. It is an original one made many decades ago, springs all near the surface without padding, and no mattress pad for it. We used the one extra blanket provided, to cover it, but only one sheet and pillow provided as well. Every time my young adult son turned over, the hide-a-bed/sofa was extremely noisy and squeaked and creaked loudly. He did not get the night's sleep he desired, as he was afraid of waking up all of us. The a/c cooled, but we had to crank it down low for it to cool, still seemed unable to defeat the humidity level. The room smelled a tad bit musty, but being a family with allergies, it wasn't enough to be unbearable at all. Perhaps the hotel might set their a/c units to come on at a certain temperature (80 degrees or so) to defeat this humidity issue. The mattresses on the queen beds were very comfortable, we found all areas of our room, including microwave and refrigerator, bathroom and sink areas all very clean, no stray hairs, etc. Sheets appeared very clean and freshly laundered, floor and corners all well-vacuumed. TO BE FAIR, we DID NOT report our issue with the hide-a-bed/sofa, as by the time we unfolded it, it was very late, and we were all exhausted from the drive. I have every confidence, through our interactions with the staff, that they would likely have brought us extra blankets to pad the bed, and the extra sheet and pillow we needed as well. If you stay here, check the sofa bed out first. All in all, the price was priced fairly decent for a clean, safe hotel with a full, hot breakfast..

Very good hot breakfast ( my one day) Super nice helpful lady serving at breakfast , Pain in butt breakfast it other hotels will wreak my start of day. THIS was well worth it. Building nice. Room only just clean enough. My first stay her. I will be back. Bed good. Sheets good. I stay 30 nights a year in hotels.

We only stayed for 10 minutes. There cockroaches in the bathroom and coming out from behind the mirror. I informed the staff and asked for a refund. I was told she could not provide a refund only the manager could. Still waiting for the manager to respond.

Staff friendly & helpful, room was clean & operational. I am handicapped & they had accessible room with parking at door. I have more upcoming business in the area and will stay here until that concludes.

The only things good about this hotel is the front desk employee, Sharon, and the pool. The room had a bad odor that only got worse as the night got longer. There were also roaches in the room and the carpet was awful, slick and stunk! I will not stay here again and I don't know how they got a 7.6 raring from trip advisor. Please check k out reviews on any hotel you are thinking about staying in before staying. If I had looked at the reviews, I would never have chosen this hotel. Just sad that they take people's money for subpar lodging.

We stayed at the location and it had roaches. They didn't have another rooms available that were a king so we had to stay the night. They came and checked the room and killed them but we still had to pay full price.

Stopped to overnight here. Rooms are extremely clean, comfortable, generous in size and newly decorated. Parking outside the door was great. Throwback to past traveling! Public areas are equally neat and clean with a welcoming greeting to a hot breakfast! Oh, and pet friendly! $20 pet fee. Who knew! This is a place I'd frequent again if passing through.

Jacuzzi tub took almost 3 hours to fill and upon turning on the jets, dirt, debris and filth came out of the filter and into the tub. Gross! Overall room was in working order and kind of clean enough, however do not spend for a jacuzzi room - it was not worth it. Honestly, just get a room at the H.I. next door if you want to ensure a clean room, bed and good nights sleep.

Booked online, with promo on the suite rooms, prices were lower than standard rooms. They would not honor reservation price or conformation.$280 pet fee instead of $150 stated on website. Room smelled

First off I ask for a first floor room because I have issues walking, I get a room at the far end of the hotel and there was a truck with a trailer taking at least 5 parking spots in front of our room, the clerk at first there was no other rooms but then gave us a handicap room that looked like it hasn't been clean. There looked liked there was blood on the floor and on the side of the sheets which I didnt notice until we were leaving. Not planning on staying here again

I booked a non smoking room but on arrival was told that they didn't save me one and that the hotel was full take it or leave it. There was no attempt at apology despite my BW Diamond status. In fact, they tried to imply that it must have been the booking site. That's strange because when I arrived, they knew my reservation type and they could easily know it was booked on BW site. As a non smoker, I didn't sleep well. I wouldn't have been upset if it was merely they didn't have a king room. I have stayed here before and given a good review but this shouldn't have happened or there should have been some effort to soften the mistake (points, $ credit, etc). So if you stay here and don't have a problem, its a decent roadside motel, if you have a problem the staff are not empowered to respond apparently

Besides itching in their uncomfortable bed, the housekeeping staff walked in my room every morning even when i screamed don't enter. The toilet was clogged but management quickly brought me a plunger.

Convenient location. Great competitive prices. Great room with clean bedsheets and towels. Breakfast was good. Had to use their printer and front desk guy did help to print for free. pool area was very clean.

Quick in and out of the city for business. Stayed at this hotel as it was pet friendly! Nice and clean hotel. Staff was friendly and efficient. Will definitely stay here when back in the area. I would recommend this hotel!

If you want a cheap room, stay here. That's the best I can say. Outside doors, musty room, nasty carpet, no pool or hot tub or real breakfast (bag to go) due to Covid. Desk clerk less than friendly and unresponsive to questions about breakfast; just pointed to a paper that explained all about hotel. Never been to a hotel where final price higher - just slightly- than estimated. Seems like a discounted price would be in order although I know businesses are suffering. Bed uncomfortable but we had driven over 16 hours so didn't matter. Would not recommend.

So disappointed with my stay. Clearly requested the type of room I wanted when I made my reservation online. It was as if I hadn't done anything. Once I checked in online and then showed up to get my key I was placed in a second floor room. I had to ask for a different room - one on the ground level as I had requested. There is also the issue of bugs. Yes, there were bugs (roaches) in my room. I have stayed here before. This is my regular hotel and I've never had an issue with bugs before this trip. When I mentioned it at check out the following morning I was told that she didn't know they had that problem at the hotel and would immediately let the hotel manager know. She also told me she took 10% off my Bill. ONLY 10%? Ugh. I don't think I will be back. There were issues with hair on the counter too, thinking they don't move things to clean ...

We are never disappointed in Best Western in Byron, GA. Clean & comfortable accommodations. Friendly helpful staff! They offer a breakfast! You won't be dissapointed! Easy on & off interstate! Simply the Best!

We were very impressed with everything at this hotel. Alex working the front desk was very pleasant and checked us in quickly. They parking lot was very lit very well The room was updated very nicely and extremely clean. It was nice to experience pleasant attitudes of every person working here Sondra and Mrs.Nelly were great. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in this area.

My family and I have been strictly quarantining as we driving to visit my parents in Florida, who are at high-risk for complications if they contract COVID. We are taking all the necessary precautions to avoid contracting and spreading COVID including taking PCR tests. We checked into the Best Western in Byron Georgia around 5:00 p.m. on Dec 1, 2020 and THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS NOT WEARING A MASK. I, myself, am also at high-risk due to an auto-immune disease and pregnancy. When I asked the lady to please put on a mask, SHE SAID SHE DID NOT HAVE A MASK! I asked if she was aware that there was a global pandemic and she said she was not required to wear a mask. However, there was a sign on the front desk that asked guests to have no more than one party waiting in line due to COVID. I asked again, incredulously, and she said that there is not mandate to wear a mask. Unfortunately, after traveling for over seven hours in the car with a toddler and a dog, we were exhausted and did not have the energy to cancel out reservation and look for new accommodations. This put us in a vulnerable situation, that I hope other families can avoid. My family and myself were put at risk of COVID, unnecessarily, due to lack of awareness and care the potential fatal risks COVID poses. I have stayed at Best Westerns before, and have been and was pleased with the room accommodations, however, I will not be considering Best Western again for future travels due to this ruining my experience and the uncertainty of what protocols are being communicated to hotel staff.

One bar of soap, no shampoo or other items one normally expects. Bags of garbage by parking spaces at 6pm. Outside doors with walk up to second floor. Limit food options in local area beyond fast food. Better off going a couple of mile down the road to Warner Robins GA

I made a last minute reservation. The price was very good. The location was convenient. the front desk clerk was very customer oriented at check in and I was pleased to see the same person when I went to check out. My room was clean and I was happy with my accommodations. Very good experience

If you travel and frequent hotels/motels for business a lot as I do, you must meet Sandra. She is an absolute Rock Star. I am an immigration attorney and I spend approx. 2-3 weeks a month on the road and in the air traveling. I haven't met anyone like her as hotel staff in the past couple years, at least. My wife was traveling with me and we were both blown away. If I could steal her for the front end of any of my law offices I would do it in a heartbeat. Can't say enough about her. Her jubilant greeting, her exuberance and cheerful attitude. Her caring and concern and her follow up. Impeccable.

It's ok if you are traveling and just want a place to sleep. The location is right off the Route 75 and gas, fast food is available within walking distance. The rooms are dated but clean. Breakfast is not extensive but decent, as most free included ones are. There are two new hotels on each side on this hotel.

We choose to stay at Best Western Inns, we're members of the loyalty program. On our way from Florida, we picked a destination to overnight, and chose this hotel while on I-75 from about 50 miles away. When we arrived, the hotel didn't look at all like the other chains' hotels in the immediate vicinity. We initially thought that we'd be disappointed, and that the deposit we had given when we made the reservation, wouldn't get refunded if we chose not to stay here. However, we did get a very comfortable room, on the second floor, away from the noise of the traffic, and get a great night's sleep. The bed was very comfortable. My wife, who usually has issues with uncomfortable beds and pillows, fell asleep almost immediately after lying down and watching tv. The bed was King Size; there was a very good tv, and a desk, also a sofa. The bathroom facilities were good. There was also a refrigerator and a microwave oven.

this trip was for family and the stay was enjoyable clean rooms good service and helpfull emlooyees just typing anything because they requier at least 200 letters to be able to submit this. They should not have mim requirement.

We really enjoyed our stay. After our room at a nearby hotel canceled our reservation we decided to check out the other nearby hotels. We were warmly greeted by Ms. Sandra the front desk clerk. She was able to secure us a room, let us check it out and make sure that it was acceptable and check us in quickly. The rooms were clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The pool and hot tub area was clean and relaxing. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the staff helping with it.

After driving down from Hamilton, ON we were tired and needed place to sleep. Came across this Best Western (am a fan of BW hotels) so we decided to stay (good reviews). Room was clean and quiet. Had a great sleep and woke up early to get back on the road to Florida. Free breakfast was wonderful. Want to give a shout to Nelly and Alex were so friendly. Nelly was very accomodating and gave me a few good laughs. Highly recommend this hotel.

We made our reservation on line and had no trouble what so ever when we arrived. Nancy, the evening manager was very pleasant and got us checked in quickly.The room was well appointed and clean. The beds were well made and clean.The bathroom was in good condition with no issues at all. The beds were comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. Breakfast in the morning was very complete. they had biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal, toast, bagels and muffins. There was coffee, juices,2% and whole milk (they even had almond milk). The eating area was kept very clean by the lady in charge of the breakfast - we were a little late and she was very understanding. I talked to the Manager, Steven, and he helped me with some questions I had about the area. This is a very good place to stay for one night or more.

The room was clean and had newer “stuff” in it. The outdoor room entrances were a little old school and created a bit more noise. The staff were friendly. Skip the breakfast. it did not look appealing or appetizing.

Wife and I Chose This Best Western based on location and reviews here. Check in was very fast. The room and bathroom was very clean. and every thing worked good the air conditioner was very quiet Breakfast was hot and good.

This is a nice clean hotel. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is pretty good with biscuits,gravy,eggs,sausage,grits,waffles,and all the continental stuff. There aren't any places to eat other than fast food at this exit. We liked it well enough that we stayed here on the way back.

Not given room I reserved. Shower Head broken. Very noisy. Refrigerator froze any item we put in it. Made me feel like I had to leave my socks on. Area to get ice in made me feel uncomfortable as it was in a dark hallway.

The Best Western in Byron GA is our go to hotel when we are traveling to Florida from Illinois. Location is right off the interstate and the hotel is always clean and comfortable. The staff is always very friendly. We always get there late and the parking lot is very well lit - never any issues with feeling safe. We would highly recommend this hotel.

I got my reservation and didn't notice the property was a motel with outside doors. Didn't feel that comfortable especially when somebody knocked on my door in error. Just uneasy with the whole door thing. Couldn't park my car in front of door with all handicapped parking out front. Aside from that the place is clean and has all the basic necessities. Regret not getting tea bags for a night cap! Bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows! Sausage links are savory and breakfast attendant was great to get me room coffee refills. All other food except scrambled eggs were carbs so I passed. Room was warm all night and water hot while we enjoyed 40 degree weather! Pet friendly!

My family of 5 stayed here for a quick one night stay while traveling on our way to Florida. The room was clean and they brought us up one crib. Sandra Whitfield the very nice lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and even called us to make sure we had all we needed for our stay. The free continental breakfast was good and had a nice variety.

What a wonderful surprise this room was and for such a reasonable price. Staff was overly friendly and the Breakfast was so good I want to go back. We enjoyed the hot breakfast so much that we tipped the cook. The Breakfast was free came with the room, Free WiFi, and Parking. A mini suite for such a great and reasonable price. Was so refreshing after the disappointment we had in Nashville with that hotel. You will not be sorry to book here. Plus there is a hot tub and indoor pool.

Stayed at this Best Western after a grueling 13.5 hrs on the road. Although the rooms are a little dated, the bed, & pillows are fabulous. We had a great sleep. As with most hotels on I-75 it tends to be a little noisy but our room was not nosiy at all. We were happy to be handed a list of restaurants in the area along with delivery options which we chose to do. We would stay there again. Breakfast was typical but filling, good choices, coffee was very good compared to most hotel chains.

Quiet clean rooms with courteous staff. We will definitely utilize Best Western again and utilize this hotel in our future trips to the area. The area is convenient to Warner Robins and Macon Georgia.

This could be a nice place however it looks Like they are not investing any or minimal investment back in to the place. Stained rental grade carpet. Glued broken sink. Exterminator needed. Nice pool and exterior in in good repair. Just cutting corners on inside. King bed was a single and public hairs in tub.

My stay was horrible at this Best Western their rooms were filled with roaches.And I had a roach to crawl in my daughter ear .We had to take her ER to have it removed.This hotel was the worst we took pictures and reported to the front office haven't heard from them .

Customer service was great. Sandra at the front desk was so helpful. She rocked. Rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable. Ample restaurants around the hotel. It was very quiet. Very clean. Also pet friendly. Would stay again.

Over the years of traveling my wife and I have always defaulted to best western because it has been pretty consistent in terms of quality and cleanliness and a decent price no matter where we are around the country. Unfortunately, this was the first time we were extremely disappointed. The room was dirty, it had an awful mildew smell that we ended up having to go buy some febreeze to mute, and the “no smoking” policy was loosely controlled by the staff. People were literally sitting on chairs outside their rooms with their doors open and smoking. This in turn blew the smoke into our AC unit and filled our room with cigarette smell causing us to turn it off which made it hot in the room. There was four of us in there it got warm quickly and it being in the 90s outside didn't help. This is the first time we ever decided to just leave early because we couldn't take it anymore. So if you have a family and you're looking for a hotel I do not recommend this one. Go to the one that's in Macon it's nicer.

My wife and I were fleeing Hurricane Dorian and happened to pick this Best Western in Byron, Ga since it had availability. It turned out to be a very nice stay with extremely friendly employees. Very good free breakfast and a not-crowded indoor pool and hot tub. The room was clean and neat. We couldn't ask for more.

Our room was very clean and came with a sofa and king bed. Mostly we were impressed with the friendly employees, especially Sandra. They serve a hot breakfast with eggs, sausage and waffles plus lots more. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Booked though hotels.com and wife payed with cash when she arrived. They charged again to my card on file. When I called them they said they would put it back on my card and never did. Still trying to get my money back two months later. Worst customer service ever.

Stayed at this Best Western in Byron for one week. First of all, the room smelled like dogs were living in it; there were no toiletries, small amt of toilet paper on the roll with No replacement. Called down to the desk to get soap to wash our hands, a roll of toilet paper and two towels since the room only had two and was told “our cleaning staff has gone home for the day. We will have them bring you some tomorrow”. I said I would like to shower before bed and wash my hands after using the restroom-how did she propose I do that? After a moments pause she said she would see if she could find someone. 30 minutes later it arrived. For two days following, our room was never cleaned or replenished. Finally after receiving a call every day for four days, they got around to cleaning the room without asking which was our next to last day there. Could say more...just find somewhere else to stay.

The hotel was great for an overnight stay on our way to Ellijay from Florida. Ms. Sandra Whitfield was working the desk when we checked and she was awesome! We inadvertently booked a smoking room and she kindly upgraded us so that we could get a non-smoking room for no additional charge. The hotel was nice, quiet and had an indoor pool and jacuzzi that were great after an evening of traveling. We would stay again.

All staff were friendly, breakfast was fine, chair in room had black stains on it, carpet had stains, large roach in room. The room was furnished nice but I expect a little bit more than what I got from Best Western.

Nelly was very welcoming and kept the breakfast area clean and stocked! We left this morning with our bellies full. They had waffles, cereal, yogurt and oatmeal with toppings, sausage gravy and biscuits, eggs, sausage and grits, they also had juice and hot coffee.

We decided to travel through Georgia on our way to Florida. We wanted to avoid the traffic in the Atlanta area so we headed for Perry. It has been a while since we had stayed at a Best Western. This hotel was lovely. Very clean and modern. Our room was beautiful, comfortable. The A/C was on so we did not have to wait for the temperature in the room to become comfortable. All rooms open to the outdoors, We travel with a pet so this is a plus for us. The hotel has a lovely indoor pool and hot tub area near the office. Pets are welcome however, there is a $15 fee per pet. I wish there was not an extra fee for a pet but it is reasonable. They also offer a very nice hot breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Roaches in rooms and microwave, would not comp us room or move our rooms for us. Breakfast was horrible and hot tub does not work. Morning staff would make their breakfast plates in the middle of guest eating.

Clean. Friendly staff. Great experience. We have stayed at many Best Westerns and this one by far outranks then all. It is definitely the staff that makes it great. Nelly at the breakfast is so kind and keeps the food well stocked and fresh. She took the time to get to know our family and welcomed us every day. She is always so hospitable and welcoming. The entire front desk staff are also great, Steve, Nancy, Sandra and Shakita were always so helpful. And the housekeeping staff was always friendly. Thanks for the great stay we will always keep you in mind when we are in this area!

The location of this hotel is great. It is in walking distance to many places to eat, and in short driving range too. The sofa bed in the suite was not cleaned very well and showed signs of mold. Overall this is a nice hotel with an indoor pool with a hot spa pool also. I did not have the opportunity to check out the gym but from the pool it looked very nice. The breakfast was great, they offer Almond Milk which is a plus since my children are allergic to cow's milk.

Now this hotel was a real surprise for us on this trip being surrounded by 2 Major hotel chains one might think the Best Western doesn't have a chance, but they would be dead wrong. This hotel had all the amenities of the bigger hotels next to it. A spacious 2 Queen bed room with the bed being very comfortable, a huge indoor pool with a hot tub and what can I say about breakfast the Best Biscuits and Sausage Gravy we had in all our hotel stays and the only hotel where you didn't have to heat up your biscuits before eating them. Scrambled Eggs, bacon, Waffle maker, cereal and everything else that make for a real good breakfast to start your day.

Sandra made check-in a breeze! Our room was clean and the pool and hot tub were great! Breakfast was well stocked and Nelly was excellent at making sure everyone had what they needed. Definitely recommend staying here.

Sandra Whitfield was working the guest counter and was awesome. The place is clean and a great deal for the money. Would stay again. There is a good variety of food choices around. The two nearby gas stations are ran by jerks.

So hard to know what you are booking from a website, but this hotel was perfect for the night stay. The rooms are spacious. Convenient parking. An indoor pool. Easy on/off access to I-75. Hot breakfast but more importantly great rates and efficient front desk staff. Guest Services agent, Sandra, was very nice, she was super friendly and made us feel welcomed & special.

I travel a lot and I rarely review places. But I wanted to write a review because of the excellent service I received from Sandra at the front desk. I booked this hotel for 5 days and it exceeded my expectations. Rooms were clean as well as the grounds. Truly a gem if you are ever in the area.

Nice area. Nice Pool and Spa, Room was large, Good internet service, cable tv. Easy to park in front of your room. HVAC was easy to control and maintain room temperature. Bath split with vanity outside. Very clean. Easy access from I-85. Very quiet area.

The room had a odor, the towels and bath cloths wear dingy, the shower curtain had a stain, and stains we're on the wall. I would rate this hotel a 2. When I pulled up to the hotel I was immediately disappointed.

Really nice place to lay your head. Sandra Whitfield, at the front desk, was both gracious and helpful in accommodating our stay. The room was immaculate and very nicely decorated. Easy in and easy out.

The hotel over all if a great place to stay. Friendly and clean. A great breakfast. We were very disappointed in the honesty of of probably the cleaning crew. We checked out around 9:30. No one would have been registered and given this room until 4PM. We called at 2PM and reported my husband's dress boots, which were in a bag, was left. We were informed that nothing was found. Hope that "nothing" of a person is enjoying the boots and socks.

The staff is very nice! Always there to solve any issues. Rooms are awesome! Plenty of places to eat near the hotel. Breakfast was very good and had variety.The Spa was a hit and the pool even though was indoors was very relaxing!

Few hotels have a proper roll in shower and this one does!! Easy access for those in a wheel chair. the front desk staff were good, especially Sandra who went out of the way to help us with a reservation pricing mix up. the fridge in the room also had a proper freezer compartment and you can get from your room to the breakfast are without getting wet if it rains.

Okay enough if you're traveling with the goal of sleeping in a clean room for a night and nothing else. Key cards failed to work, lobby was closed so we couldn't replace key card. Still had one working key card so it could have been worse. “Spa” is now a kids pool filled with cold water and kids. Could be worse. There's no conditioner and if you call the front desk to ask for some you are informed that “we've never had conditioner”, not a deal breaker, but kind of weird. Guess I'll wash my hair in Jacksonville. My traveling companion needed to use the computer to print something. They made him leave the lobby to close at 10. Do they let people check in after 10? Again, not a deal breaker, but weird and inconvenient. Bad if you're traveling on business. Last petty gripe- we've stayed in tons of best westerns this last year and there is usually some candy, cookies, fruit or snacks they give you in a bag or leave on the counter when you check in. There was a basket of candy at the front desk. Nice. I took a candy bar for the road. A lady, out of the darkness, chirps “Hello!” Naively assuming friendly interaction I replied something polite back. She responded with a firm and informative “The candy is two dollars.” So I guess she was politely confronting me for stealing her unlabeled for-sale basket candy. Fun stuff. Pro tip: Save yourself a dollar and some change and buy a candy bar across the street at the gas station, which sells every malt beverage known to man, and, conditioner. In summary, it was cheap enough and clean enough that it wasn't bad, but if you can get a room across the street for a similar price you should.

It was located directly in the middle of where we were needing to be and go. We stay here all the time when we go to georgia. It's close to family and easy acc as to major highways and Air Force base.

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The flat screen tv was big. I wish the breakfast ran a little later. The only noise was in the morning when people started to move to check out. The hotel had a indoor pool with a hot tub if we would have stayed longer we would have used it . It looked inviting.

Cant say enough about this hotel. Most memorable moment was the way we were welcomed after our long trip from Canada. Canada / United States friendship started with the lady at the desk. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING LADY! Will definately be returning! Thank you.

Checked in tonight to room 125 at 8pm to a non refundable room with a lovely front desk lady named Sandra . The pool was not in working order which was disappointing for the kids and the primary reason I booked the room ! The room was fine although it smelled a bit but even worse is we didn't have hot water and one of the bed was missing sheets . When I went to the desk I was told by a guest that none of the rooms on my side had hot water . Lovely Sandra told me that she had never had water issues before so she lied to my face . Wow !!!!! What a terrible choice of Best Western !!!!'

The first room I got didn't have a table or desk I went down to the lobby to inquire about the lack of desk. Sandra with guest services was very helpful and found me another room which much better than the room I was first assigned. She made my night

Wished it was cleaner. If you want somewhere you feel comfortable, please go somewhere else. The beds were hard as a rock. Maybe this is okay for VERY LATE NIGHT. However, if you want cleanliness, this isn't the place. I checked in and noticed it was a dirty sheet on the bed, called the front desk. Housekeeping came. I told them and showed them the sheet and they laughed. Brown spots in my bed just isn't my thing. Sorry.

The room was in great condition, and the guest services agent Sandra was very helpful and accommodating! She got us a room with 2 queen beds, which was just what we needed after a long day traveling. The hotel was in a good location also!

We stayed one night while travelling, extremely friendly staff.. have to go outside to go to get to pool from room. Rooms are all outside access, but pool is inside, however disappointed because pool was cold, and hot tub cloudy, so it did not appear clean. We got a good room rate and our points. However even though staff was great,and super friendly and rooms were clean, I'd probably still look for somewhere with a warmer pool and interior rooms.

The staff were friendly and ready to help. The breakfast selection was great. No issues at all. Everyone greated me with a smile. The cleanliness was better than other hotels I have stayed at before, would recommend to anyone staying in the area

I read the reviews, and they were outstanding. Here is my real world thoughts: It is a 1960's motel that they have refurbished nicely. The interiors are basic, but mostly clean, and the carpet appears new. We showed up very late, and were given a second floor room (it's a two story motel). Parked in front, but no available parking near our room, so we left the car in front. Carried our luggage to the side our room was on, and climbed the stairs (yep, no elevator). Walked about as far as you can go and found our room. Opened the door and found one bed, although we had reserved two. Too tired after 16.5 hours of driving through really bad storms to get it changed. In addition, the toilet seat was dirty. The linens were very clean - maybe even new. Breakfast was fair at best. Maybe I was underwhelmed due to the prior reviews, or maybe because I have stayed with other chains - I was just expecting more. To end, I would gladly stay here again - the room was clean (with the exception of the toilet, comfortable, and the breakfast, although nothing special, filled my stomach.

We stopped here overnight on our way to Florida for Christmas vacation. Its definitely pet friendly. Our room was large, reasonably priced. And there's a large area behind the hotel for your fur babies to take care of business. We didn't have breakfast there (got up too late). Should we find ourselves in Byron and in need of a hotel, we'll stay here again.

The rooms were very nice, everything worked as it should, and plenty of places to eat and fill up with cheap gas. I drive a small car and the only problem I had id their parking spaces are built for small cars and if you have a crew cab truck or any other large vehicle park next to you, you will have problems getting out of your vehicle. I found a small dent on my door the next morning and I was mad but not surprised. There rates were a little on the high side, otherwise a great place to stay.

My stay here was filled with pleasant surprises. Nancy's warm greeting was the epitome of Southern hospitality. I was not expecting, and was happy to find: a clean and modern room; oversize desk with adjustable work chair that actually worked; sparkling new sink, tub, and bath fixtures and faucets; a spotless bathroom and tub; a clean, well-functioning adjustable showerhead (often stained even in high end hotels); instantly hot water and high water pressure (another sore spot with this road warrior who was shocked at how wonderfully high the pressure was); a luxurious, gleaming jacuzzi; extremely well-maintained heated swimming pool and hot tub; fresh, and a fresh, hot breakfast buffet on a par with higher end hotels. Minuses: There were a few stains on the sofa and carpet (not really unexpected) and bath amenities left something to be desired (also not really unexpected). Caveat: This is the South so bugs are a part of life. There were dead bugs on the floor below the windowsill (although it is proof that their extermination is effective) and one live one. The rest of the room had no evidence of them. I've seen worse at higher end hotels in the region. Say hi and move on. These were only minor annoyances, though, and there wasn't much to compain about. It was clear to me that management takes pride in the property and professionalism of their staff.

I stayed there just expecting to get some rest but the Staff was Pleasant and Professional.the room was very nice and clean. Everything was stocked even the Kleenex under the sink which is a rear find in hotels. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The Breakgast was Amazing. The Staff was Exceptional during Check- In and Check- Out.

Overnight here on way to Thanksgiving with family. Extremely courteous and friendly staff. Room was very clean and had microwave as well as fridge. Only $75 per night (including taxes). A little disappointed they didn't have oatmeal for breakfast (just grits).

Saw no sign of roaches when we arrived. However the place was crawling with them when my husband got up to use the restroom in the middle of the night. We were given only a partial refund...their excuse because we had checked out the next morning and not the same day!??

It was getting late, and we had our dog along, so hotel options appeared scarce. We opted for the Best Western in Byron, GA. We expected little, with a suite at $99, with an included breakfast. To our surprise, the room was very clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. In addition, the staff were friendly and helpful and our room was very quiet. The only disappointment was the breakfast, which was bountiful but largely tasteless. Still, it is a good choice for a stop in the southern Georgia area along Interstate 75.

This inn has been recently renovated. The room, including the bathroom & shower was very clean. Had microwave & fridge. Breakfast was standard fare with biscuits & gravy, eggs, sausage & grits. There was also fresh fruit (bananas & apples). BUT, our experience was completely overshadowed by a little band of smokers who stayed in 2 rooms next to ours. All these rooms were in a block of NON-SMOKING rooms. This group of 4-5 blocked the sidewalk next to their room with camping chairs & proceeded to chain smoke from afternoon of check-in until the next morning at check-out time. We couldn't walk to & from our car to unload & load without being surrounded by thick smoke. We are allergic to cigarette smoke & just boarded ourselves up in our room. I mentioned this to the manager the next morning--but it didn't seem to change anything while we were there. This is a nice property--but I doubt we will stay here again until we can be reassured that the non-smoking rooms won't be surrounded by smokers who camp out in the area.

They will rent your room out from under you if you don't leave a bag in the room. We were left sleeping in our truck 4 hours away from home. And had to compete in a drag racing event the next day. Totally unacceptable!

Bad news first: First, very overpriced. I booked because Best Western rewards do not expire and the price was up because the state fair is in town. It wasn't too far from my event, either. Second, the parking is terrible. One person selfishly double parked outside my room and I had to park all the way out front, walk to the back of the hotel, discover my keys did not work anymore, go get new keys, then walk back to my room at midnight. The hotel is aged and outdoor corridor. Good news? Lobby is nice and breakfast area is very clean. Best Westerns always have a nice breakfast and this hotel served good, hot, and strong coffee. The room was fairly clean. One thing I have to mention to travelers: THIS IS GEORGIA AND THERE WILL BE BUGS AND IT WILL BE HOT HERE. The hotel can not control that, it's just how it is. Everyone I encountered who worked here was very informative and polite. So, many good points. Overall, I feel a little ill about paying $300 for two nights at this hotel, but it happens. Would I stay here again? I would, but I might look around a little bit more first.

Best Western has modernized this older style Motel (doors and windows onto a common outdoor balcony/walkway) to provide are great value for a budget price. Updated guest rooms and lobby/breakfast area are more in line with he newer places that are $50 more. I was very pleasantly surprised for the price paid.

I've stayed here many times. This time I was disappointed with the right from the start. The desk person did not acknowledge my membership. I had to ask for my perks, when they acted surprised I should've known that I wouldn't like their solution. The room had a very cursory cleaning. I doubt I stay here again.

I had a very good check in experience. The front desk clerk was helpful and efficient. They offered express check out which I accepted. I had a dog and paid a $15 fee. It is nice that you can park outside you motel door to unload luggage. The only grass to walk the dog is in front of the hotel next to the road. The room was nice, but I noticed a few dead bugs on the bathroom tile. I cleaned them up and figured they may have sprayed. The bed was comfortable. There is a good Bbq restaurant a block away. Also, there is a Waffle House across the street for a nice breakfast. I came back to the room after breakfast at the Waffle House and found a live roach on the bathroom sink counter. I was so freaked out that I left immediately and had to unpack my suitcase outside the house when I got home. I had to wash everything.

This warm smell of bad mold, the toilet did not work, the sheets felt damp and the bed was on very uncomfortable. We complain to the manager and he asked me if I wanted to order riser for the smell and I told him the room needs to be sanitized not just spray deodorizer in it do not stay in this hotel it was a really bad experience.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this hotel to others. The area was quiet. I travel a lot for work and I would stay here again.

The hotel is very comfortable very clean the king bed was very comfortable the room completely remodeled big room with a sofa and a computer desk room smells good small refrigerator and small microwave,, the staff was very friendly Alex @ the front desk was excellent, hot breakfast have everything no complain was very good I recommended this hotel

The staff was very pleasant; the room was very large and very neat. The bathroom was clean and had adequate towels and supplies. It was quiet although very near the main roads. I would like to highlight the breakfast. There were a lot of choices and the coffee was delicious. The dining area was very clean. I would like to commend Nelly the attendant for keeping the food containers filled. She was continuously filling them and keeping the counters wiped and clean. She was a plus to the very nice breakfast. The price for the stay was reasonable. I would recommend and also I would stay again.

Staff very accommodating to me even without a reservation. Comfortable and a good value. Location convenient to interstate and minimal time lost getting to and from hotel. Breakfast was good with choices and well prepared. Coffee a plus.

Overall this was not a bad stay.The front desk personnel was enjoyable to deal with when checking in for my stay. The room was clean, the water pressure for the shower felt great and the water was hot. The bed was comfortable and I was able to rest easy. Breakfast was ok, nothing to brag about but it was edible. I thought the price for the room didn't quite match the value but if given the option I wouldn't mind staying again at the Best Western in Byron, GA.

Very nice experience at this Best Western.The price was very reasonable. The breakfast was better than I expected. The manger and associates were very accommodating. The room was clean and fresh. I asked my wife if she had any complaints. No complaints. I would stay again.

Returning home from Florida to Indiana this is approx half way point, stay the night, excellent hotel for this. Sandra (give her a big hug) at front desk was amazing, and such a pleasure to deal with. The first room we were given when we walked in the refrigerator was sitting in the middle of the floor and microwave pulled out. Returned to from desk and was immediately given another room. This room suited our needs exactly. Did not stay for breakfast as we got up late and had to hit the road. This hotel is right off 75 just at the Macon bypass, easy on and off. Several fast food restaurants near by great experience and will definitely use this hotel again on this trip.

Fortunately, I used points for this 4 night stay. I have come to expect higher quality accommodations from Best Western. Chair and ottoman in the room were filthy. All rooms face outside which in this case was convenient.

Motel style hotel. Check in was easy. Did not see an elevator so be prepared to lug you luggage a little ways and make take you a bit to figure out where your room is. Was very pleased with room for the rate, which was low. Hotel is right off 75, which was a convenient stay for our trip towards Florida. It's not the Ritz Carlton but it's an inexpensive hotel with nice clean rooms, a decent pool and good free breakfast. Would recommend.

OVERCHARGED for poor quality accommodation..........room smelled musty.......breakfast was limited AND poor quality and in very cramped area...........bath tub stopper not working so soak possible as recommended by my physio

The sink was clogged and they spent over a half hour fixing it. Then we found mold on our shower curtain and they had to replace it. Not a pleasant night. Probably one of the worst Best Westerns we have stayed at.

We stopped here for an overnight visit on a road trip from Fla due to horrible traffic and heavy rain. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean. Lots of places to eat near by. We booked last minute on their web site directly and was able to get an additional 10% off. We took advantage of the free breakfast....Not bad at all either. A great visit and under $75!!! Would DEFINITELY recommend! Also an indoor pool and a hot tub as a bonus

I enjoyed nice breakfast and renovated top quality room. I will always use this hotel, when I will be in the area. I enjoyed swimming pool. Staff is very welcoming. They helped me find good vegetarian restaurant in the area.

Had a last minute business meeting and this was the closet thing available because everything in the area was booked. What can you do right? This place wasn't bad for what it is. Has everything you need though.

We booked this room a few days ahead of needing it on the Best Western website. Price was $72 but with all the taxes it came to $86. It has outdoor entrances with no elevator. The room was nice sized and looked to hae been recently redone. There was a microwave, frig, coffee maker, and an iron. Breakfast was good in the small breakfast area and included scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, grits, gravy, yogurt, waffles, cereal, bread, and pastries. There was enough of a selection that one should be able to find something that they could eat. The facility also has a fairly large enclosed clean pool and spa. The only negatives to the experience here was that the coffee was not very hot and the spa was also luke warm. There is lots of fast food places around. For an overnight I would recommend this motel.

I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western in Bryan Georgia for the $75 price you got a very nice clean room, comfy bed and good breakfast. Also HBO and t.v. with a guide. We did not use the pool or indoor sauna but it was there and looked lovely. it is the type of hotel where you park in front of your room and there is no inner rooms or hallway

Have stayed here before as a half way pint to our travels north and back south. It's an older hotel but clean with a very friendly staff. It's also pet friendly which is a must for us as we travel with our cat. Excellent hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, fruit, cereal, etc.. It's not a 5 star hotel but for the money it's a great place to stay,

We checked in for over night. First off, they tried to put me in smoking room even though we had non smoking booked. They did correct it and upgraded to a King suit. When booking I didn't pay attention that the rooms are outside entrance, which I don't care for. Got to our room to find the door opens with a touch of your hand... yeah scary at midnight to arrive and find anyone at all could be waiting inside... Once husband checked room, we entered to find the only way to keep door shut was to lock from inside, which was happening regardless. Slept just fine. Room was clean enough. Slightly musty but not terrible. Breakfast the next morning was crowded. Food was fine. Your standard biscuit, gravy, egg, sausage, waffle stuff plus cereal and a few pastries. Not great by any means, but fine enough. It was a fine stay for over night drive home, not a place I would check in to stay for multiple nights.

I've stayed at numerous hotels for over 40 years. This one is about average. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly. I would have given it more than a three except that the doors to the rooms open to the outside. I try to avoid this kind of situation.

Great location and comparable price with other motels in area. Good access with reasonable prices for eating out or you can prepare food using the microwave to save cost. Close to interstate but is far enough away that it is quiet

Clean room, great towels, excellent bed, fridge, staff was well dressed and pleasant. Breakfast was in time and good fast food, sausages, scrambled eggs, waffles, juice, coffee, everything you needed to continue for our drive to Florida

Horrible, terrible, despicable!!! This got to be the worst stay ever!!! Roaches, bugs, filth!!! Clerk was worse than the hotel itself!! Complained, nothing was done. Complained to headquarters, total indifference!!! Never got a call back. I'm surprised they are still in business!!!

I would not recommend this hotel. The cleanliness of my room was not sufficient and the noise outside my room at midnight made it impossible to sleep. I cancelled my second nights stay as a result. The staff was nice and the exterior of the hotel was okay. The decor of the room was decent as well, but cleanliness and hygiene is very important and was lacking in my room.

Ive been making the drive to Florida from Missouri for a few years now. And would book last minute hotels hoping for a deal. I seemed to be disappointed most of the time with the hotels we stayed at. They would be dirty, stinky and unsafe. Even though we're just looking for a place to rest our head there were times we slept with one eye open. Im so thankful to of found this hotel! It was clean, close to the interstate, many food options, indoor pool was open and the kids got to get rid of some energy, and the breakfast was actually really good. They had a nice selection and everybody was able to find something they liked! No extra breakfast stop just hop on the highway nd go! This will be my definate go to place!

Traveling with our 2 dogs, very helpful staff Decor a bit dated, but this isn't a 5 star resort. Excellent value! Clean, quiet room. The breakfast was good, your typical free motel breakfast. Did the job of getting us ready for the road without stopping for a fast food breakfast. :-(

Except for toilet movement and kids running on 2nd floor everything was great!! Breakfast was incredible. Lots of hot items. It wasn't just a danish and coffee breakfast. Had so many selections. Very happy.

The hotel exterior is well kept and grounds are clean. The pool area is nice even though we did not use. Breakfast was fine, very friendly lady keeping it nice. Out of the two beds in the room one had seen its last days. We were all moved in so did not request to change. We had already been assigned one room and due to Oder we were moved. Staff had no problem with that. Rooms are large and there is a sitting chair to sit in which was nice. Location was great for highway.

What a wonderful place to stay, we stayed two nights and was impressed with all the updates.They have an inside pool and hot tub which was great to relax.The breakfast was terrific, Nellie the woman who kept the foods filled and hot was kind, thoughtful and friendly.It was delicious with many choices.Right off hwy. 75, easy on, easy off exit. This was our first time here and it was so nice, we will be back! They do allow pets. Big breakfast selection with great coffee. Really big indoor pool. Super clean inside and out. Lots of food nearby. It is right off 75, making it an great place to stop on the way to Florida.

This was a clean and comfortable hotel! The breakfast was awesome as they offered more than the traditional bagels and cereal. I have Celiac disease and I was able to enjoy breakfast due to the options offered, thank you!!

Byron is a small town, only a few hotels in the area. Highly recommend this Best Western. Comfortable bed, clean room, friendly service, and good breakfast. Do not stay at the Super 8 unless you like a hard mattress.

Driving thru Georgia on the way home, this hotel is a quick and fairly inexpensive place to spend the night. Beds are comfortable. Parking in front of your door is convenient and quick to unload luggage. Breakfast was hot and good.

I stayed at this motel for one night on the way to Florida. it was perfect for the night - a nice spacious clean room and facility. The shower was great, as well as the bed and linens. The breakfast was just lovely, as was Nelly, the lady who oversaw the breakfast bar! I will definitely seek this motel out the next time I am in the area! great job!

stayed with family, in two rooms. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, but one room smelled a bit musty and some soft-drink splatters hadn't been cleaned from the wall. Still, it was perfect for our needs, and breakfast was pretty good (with some warm dishes)

The hotel staff was all super friendly. Pretty clean. The only issue I had was the outside door in the hotel room did not seem to be lined up right. Breakfast was decent. There was only one washer and dryer, but those worked really well.

It was a great stay will do so again in near future if I'm in the area hope to return back soon I'm a traveler across the United States working so I will be stopping in to best western somewhere across this great country thanks for having such great places to stay while on the road

Nice clean room, comfortable and quiet location. I stay at BE at least a half dozen times a year and they have all been a great experience. Breakfast was hot and tasty, clean linens, friendly staff, super helpful.

Nicest, cleanest and "pets allowed" Best Western we've ever stayed at. The bed was great, the pillows were great, and they charged nothing extra for our pet to stay. The room was well under $100, in a really nice town and area south of Macon, Ga, and the breakfast had biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon, biscuits and many breads, muffins and drinks (plus the usual cereal, bananas, etc.) We'll be staying there every year after vacation on our way home!

Nice room, great bed and pillows. Could use new carpeting and the bathroom was dated, otherwise good. The breakfast was probably the best we've had at any hotel in this class of hotels. They had an awesome waffle section with both regular sized waffle iron and mini waffle iron (four small round waffles). The rest of the breakfast was really great and they had a lot to offer. The scrambled eggs were perfectly prepared (that's a rarity in a buffet type venue). The person in charge of the breakfast was Nelly and she was wonderful. We stay here two or three times a year on our way from Chicago to Naples Florida and will certainly continue to do so.

Stopped for overnight stay with family. Room was as we expected...clean and cooled down quickly once a/c was turned in. Ordered delicious pizza from Marco's Pizza which is across the road. We are at hotel breakfast buffet and it was as expected from hotel complimentary breakfasts. Would stay here again

The Best Western in Byron, GA is an older motel that has been remodeled to be a more upscale motel. It is clean, spacious, and the beds are super comfortable. I had the best night's sleep of any hotel I've ever stayed in. Breakfast fare was typical, but was maintained nicely by Nelly, and checkout was pleasant and smooth with Sandra behind the desk. I'd definitely stay there again.

This was a fine place for a work trip. Good hot breakfast to start the day, and a few exercise machines and swim/hot tub at the end. Nelly kept the morning food stocked and the housekeeping team immediately cleaned up a gunky spot on the A/C. Clean & nice.

Clean and comfortable says it all. Breakfast was decent. Didn't use it but indoor pool looked really nice. Only thing that took away from it was that it was all outdoor rooms which I don't care for and there was no elevator to the second floor.

We've stayed at this particular BW property before; the lobby and exterior have been remodeled and is very nice. Everthing worked well, the food was good and the staff exuded that typical Southern hospitality. The rooms are just a little tired--sheets are very thin, carpet is getting old, as is the decor. A little room remodeling and the place would be terrific. On the plus side, it's convenient to I-75, a short drive to Robins AFB, and there are plenty of restaurants at this exit and the next one south (the Warner-Robins exit). The price is right, so it's worth staying there.

This property is well run and very well maintained. These BW motels have been through extensive facelifts and upgrades. This motel is clean and the staff is excellent. Breakfast was good. There is a very nice indoor pool at this property.

Large, clean room, great price. Breakfast left something to be desired, but the coffee was good. The indoor pool looked beautiful, and the property was quiet despite being near the highway exit. Pet police = daily extra charge.

Great place to stay. The rooms are large and beautifully decorated and very clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful I was traveling with my 92 year old parents and they made sure we had the handicap rooms that adjoined with my room. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We decided to stop here on a road trip with our family, hoping to find a room available at a good price. We were pleasantly surprised...the room was very clean and the beds were super comfy. Just what we needed after driving all day. Everyone at the check in desk as well as in the dining room at breakfast was very kind and welcoming. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold options. The woman keeping the breakfast area clean and restocked (Nelly) was so sweet. This will certainly be the place we stop agian on our next trip to Florida. Thanks Best Western Staff! :)

For an inexpensive night's sleep, this is a good place to stay right off the highway. There aren't a lot of places to eat around it, but we were just looking for a clean room with a decent bed, and this was a very good value.

Clean rooms and has all amenities you need. Warm and really good breakfast. The hotel services were good and they were really nice and respectful. The lady refilling the breakfast - Nelly - was welcoming and sweet. Would stay again.

I recently stayed here and it was a great choice. In the middle of a road trip I decided to surrender to driving in the rain for several hours and pulled off to stay the night. Byron is a small town with not much going on and I have to say i wasn't expecting much because you never know what your walking into to out of the blue. I was very pleasantly surprised when I went to the room. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. It had a fridge and microwave, which is always handy to have. It was 2 stories and I requested the 1st floor which had parking right in front of the door to your room. Most important though is that it was dog friendly since I had my pup with me. I felt very comfortable walking her after dark and early morning because it was extremely well lit and had security cameras. Every one of the staff I had contact with was friendly and pleasant. While I was checking out the computer went down and it took a few extra minutes to process my bill and because of that the gentleman at the front desk discounted my bill. Not necessary but much appreciated and thoughtful. I will definitely put this hotel on my stop next time a road trip takes me in that direction.

My daughter and I stopped here for two nights Memorial Day weekend. Our first night we went to the front desk complaining of the smoke smell in the non-smoking room. They gave us a bottle of disinfectant and said it probably came from smokers outside. We where on the second floor. We sprayed and sprayed. Once we turned the a/c on it was sickening. They never offered to move us to another room! The second night I sprayed my perfume to mask the odor. It did not do the trick and we where anxious to check out. While we where packing I noticed the wall under the a/c was all black mold. I took photos and showed it to the woman at the desk. My daughter at this point became very ill. It has been almost a month and after two doctors visits she is just now feeling herself. Needless to say we are not happy! Ninety dollars a night was not worth it at all. The cost of several meds was insane. Turned out to be an expensive trip!

I have been staying at this location for almost 10 years now, and each stay has been great! The staff is ALWAYS helpful and courteous! The rooms are ALWAYS clean! And the hotel upgrades are great! The pool and work out room are great and ALWAYS Kept clean!

The staff was warm and friendly. The only problem we had was very slight (lights in bathroom) and were taken care of within a couple of minutes. The manager, hotel staff, and mainenance staff were all very accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Everything about this hotel was excellent. My grandkids loved the indoor pool and spa- since it was supposed to rain while we were there. Hope to stay in this hotel again soon! The price of this hotel is exceptional also.

This was only a night stay but it was a comfortable sleep with a clean room. The staff was kind and polite. We had the breakfast and yummy coffee. The price was great and we will be back on our next trip thru the area.

I gave only 3 stars, because after all, it's a roadside inn. But it's perfect for just that. We rolled in late and fell comfortably to sleep. The beds were comfortable and there's big fluffy pillows. The room was clean and already cool for us. The late night staff at checkin (I didn't get her name) was very nice. And Nelly (at breakfast) was willing to go above and beyond. I would definitely pull off again here if passing through.

This older motel sits very close to I-24 and yet it is quiet. it has been extensively renovated. The lobby, kitchen area, rooms and even the walkways to the rooms are freshly painted and very clean. I saw not a single cigarette butt anywhere. If you need a very nice, quiet room for an overnight stay or two, I highly recommend this place over others nearby. The price is a little less, plus you get very good service and an okay breakfast.

The breakfast staff and other staff were very friendly and willing to go out of their way to help! We stayed for a week while we looked for a house in the area and Nelly, the breakfast staff, was like a mother/grandmother wanting to make sure you had everything you needed while welcoming you with a smile. The lady at the front desk was also very helpful in giving us (several times) locations for us to look at for housing. Housekeeping also did a great job of keeping everything very clean! Great hotel! We stopped at this Best Western on our way back from vacation in Florida. This hotel is emaculant from the Lobby to the room. It all starts at the check in where you are actually greeted by a professional very kind desk clerk. She checked us in very quick and accurate and accommodated our needs when going to their wonderful pool and hot tub. Their rooms are wonderful with plenty of pillows and nice mattresses and very CLEAN! Something that is hard to come by in the hotel industry is clean. Lastly before we left we ate their complementary HOT breakfast where we was greeted with a good morning from Nelly. She was very helpful while maintaining all of her many duties. She was very good at what she does there and should be held accountable for that. Best Western keep up the good work! All the Best Western we have stayed at have been very much like home. Very clean hotel both in the lobby and the rooms. The breakfast bar was well organized with an adequate menu. Breakfast bar attendant Nelly was very helpful and attentive. Overall a very positive experience.

Just having spent 3hrs trying to get through Atlanta, the nearest available room at a Best Western Inn was located in Byron, Georgia. It was such a wonderful surprise and so worth driving the extra miles. The staff was so courteous and helpful. Our room was so nice and clean. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud with soft white linens and plenty of pillows. The breakfast area was immaculate and the server kept the tables and counter areas spottless. The rate for our room was extremely reasonable. I've often paid half again as much for a nights stay and not received nearly these amenities from other popular named hotels. Will definitely stay with BEST WESTERN.

All the staff welcome you with smiles upon entering and the lobby was good first impression. The breakfast room was large with a lot of options to choose from the morning which was a big plus for my kids and I. The room was very clean and the pool was maintained very well. The service in every area was the cherry on top and will stop at this location every time now when heading south on our annual trip.

Stayed here as half way to our destination. Convenient location. Hotel was clean, good beds, rooms appeared recently renovated. Carpet clean and appeared newer as did furnishings. Price was good. Overall good experience and great quality for the price.

It was a great place to grab a cheap room and get a good nights sleep. It had some older equipment. It was obviously also missing some me hooks on the wall. Left something to be desired. But good service, and a clean bed.

Location couldn't have been easier to attend wedding at Thistlewood Farms. Rooms have been remodeled, and are nice, bathroom is small, but clean. Beds comfortable. Exercise room and pool good, and the Continental Hot Breakfast good. Service was quick & excellent, and Nelly, who runs the breakfast room, is very friendly & efficient.

I would stay here again even though we had a shaky start off with our rooms. But also the whirlpool jetters did not work which I wanted to get in for relaxation. I do not have anything else to put in this review.

Checking in the host was very friendly. The room is clean and comfortable very accommodating. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. The hot tub in the pool is very relaxing period but the downstairs pool bathroom with out of order that needs to be addressed. Breakfast the next morning was good and fulfilling service was polite and the dining hall was very clean. I recommend staying here it's comfortable and cozy I enjoyed our stay.

I will probably stay again when I return to warmer climates that will not be until later this year. The only suggestion I have is that the curbs that are higher than a regular curb be marked as they are very easy to miss and it is very easy to catch ones toe on them and fall as I did this visit

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable, roomy and just seconds off the highway after a long day of traveling. Lots of restaurants nearby. We booked earlier in the day with hotels.com and it was all we hoped it would be!

The hotel staff were friendly, quite caring and helpful . Had an amazing experience. Rooms were clean. had a tiring trip and thanks to the hot tub , it was a relaxing stay. Will definitely stay here when we are going to Florida again. Five stars no doubt about it.

I don't usually stay at Best Western but we had our small dog with us coming back from visiting our daughter. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised and will add this chain as a possibility during future travels. Overall a great stay and delightful staff.

Very clean rooms, helpful pleasant staff. The cost is higher than others in the area but I feel it is worth it. If I had any suggestions I would separate those with pets from those without. Not everyone is tolerant of barking dogs

We stayed here overnight and was pleased to have a clean and comfortable room. Staff were very friendly especially Nelly. She ensured that the breakfast area was clean and well stocked and was very attentive to guests.

The hotel room was cozy, and carpet looked and felt like brand new. When we got here, the room was not ready as we were early, but cleaning people came and got it ready for us immediately. They were thorough in cleaning and very pleasant. Beds very comfortable. Miss Nelly was the best. She takes care of the breakfast every morning with lots of options and keeps the breakfast area very clean and stocked. She is so nice and made our stay here very pleasant. She is very thoughtful and great to conversate with. When we come back to visit, we will definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this Best Western about 8 times during the past 4 years --- it is a convenient halfway point on my road trips from FL to KY. I was delighted to see that the rooms have been redecorated since my last stay in the summer of 2016. The rooms are painted and there is new carpet in the room and new flooring in the bathroom. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Pleasantly surprised by the improvements made to BW property. I would not hesitate to stay here again. I hope that other sites and stage are just as good as what I experienced on this trip. Good stay at the right price.

We don't normally stay at a hotel that has access directly from the room to the outside. This one was booked without me realizing it until we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised that it was as good as other indoor room access hotels in the area (and elsewhere). Bed was comfortable, internet faster than some. The outside noise was minimal. Will consider staying here again.

We are here because of being evacuated. The rooms look great, everything works. As far as front desk service, the older lady that works in the office is soo rude! She didn't give me any info when I checked in and when I called for extra sheets and questions she seemed annoyed. I asked a question about my room and she told me I was asking the wrong person. Just plain rude.

14 hour trip from home to Melbourne, FL. We decided to stop midway at this Best Western for the night just to rest our eyes. Glad we did! Nice and clean rooms. Continental "hot" breakfast was decent as well. Highly recommend for a night of good and quiet sleep.

I've been in this hotel for over three weeks now. This has been a fantastic stay, you are greeted with nothing but smiles everyday from the desk attendants to house keeping. Clean rooms, great internet speed,and a great selection on TV channels. Nelly's breakfast area is extremely clean and always has fresh coffee available. The food is hot, usually eggs biscuits and gravy sometimes swapped out for bacon or sausage and grits. It's always changing so it doesn't get old and she greets you with a big smile to start your day. I travel 11 months out of the year for work and by far one of the greatest stays I've had

Only issue which was not hotels fault, I made reservation at a travel stop at 8PM instead of AP using the current day for the reservation it made it for the following day. The Hotel & Room were very clean. Good choices for Breakfast. I was very please with size and comfort of room.

Other than normal wear and tear on the one bed and comforter, everything was great here. Appeared to have been recently remodeled. Nice furniture, comfortable bed, clean towels, bathroom, and room. No complaints.

The front desk attendant provided adequate service. For business travel, the room accommodations were appropriate. The room was maintained daily, including weekends. For business travel, the room accommodations were appropriate. The exercise room is very limited but the swimming pool and the heated mini pool were good. As for location, there are several fast food places within walking distance of the hotel including a service station with limited food items. Ms. Nelly, the breakfast hostess, was very cordial and maintained the station well.

We stayed there recently during travel for family vacation. The hotel is convenient to the highway, and even though it is in a busy traffic area, noise was not an issue for our room, as we were toward the back of the hotel. The hotel had been updated, looked like it had been recently re-painted, and refreshed rooms. The hotel had the usual Best Western breakfast and that was fine. It had an indoor pool which we used, and it appeared well maintained. On the morning we were leaving, we could not find a working ice machine. When we asked the owner if he had a working machine, he blamed hotel customers as the reason the ice machines did not work.

I have stayed at this Best Western about 6 times because it is halfway on my drive from South Florida to Louisville, KY where I have family and friends. It is clean, comfortable, and has the added benefit of an indoor pool and hot tub -- nice after a day of driving and a fitness room. It has a convenient location right off I75.

The hotel has a very friendly staff. We were acknowledged at all times. It had clean rooms. The beds were very comfortable and had lots of fluffy pillows! Easy on and off from I-75. We were given a list of restaurants that were close by which came in handy.

This hotel was listed as a 2 1/2 star and should have a much higher rating. Room were updated and clean. Cleaning staff, breakfast staff (Nellie), and Bob were warm, friendly, and were very gracious. Beds were very comfortable. I would be delighted to stay there again. Bravo to this hotel!

Great hotel with outside entries. Close to great BBQ. Desk staff was very quick, helpful, and courteous. Will stop here again. Location has several dining options. Room was clean, good bed, furniture, and TV. Hotel was pretty full but seemed to be very quiet.

I'm very hard to satisfy when it comes to hotels. I had absolutely no complaints about the Best Western in Byron Ga. The rooms were clean and quiet. I had a good experience here.The hotel was also pet friendly and made it so much easier for me to feel at home while I was there because my pet could be with me. I do wish the hours for the pools use could be extended it closed at 10 pm I think if you're a guest you should be able to use the pool whenever you choose.

Clean enough. Staff courteous but not warm. Handicapped room substitutes shower bench for walk-in shower and charges extra (I assume for more difficult cleaning). For the cost, I will try to do better at Wyndam in Warner Robins or Comfort Inn in Forsyth, GA, on next trip. I moved recently and am figuring out best overnight and eating options for new stops due to change in distances driven due to move.

The hotel was relatively clean and somewhat modern. The night manager that checked us in was not accommodating at all. When we ask that this stay be put on for our rewards she bluntly stated that she couldn't do it and would if we provided the membership number. When I tried to explain that other Best Westerns could do it with our email she told me it was impossible. I finally went out to my car and dug out the number. She seemed rude and appeared to not to want to be bothered.

Highly impressed with the accommodations in a small town like that. I will recommend it to others and plan to use Best Western in future travels. Location was great to the expressway and surrounding restaurants.

This hotel met our expectations. It was clean and comfortable, had a decent breakfast and was well priced! We were thankful to find this after 10 grueling hours on the road! We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here on our way to Florida. The hotel overall was ok, room was clean but could be updated. The night person was quite rude when we asked for extra bath towels, had to speak through a window. Only place open to eat later in the evening was Denny's.

This was a clean & well kept place to stay. Great location & friendly staff. We enjoyed taking a walk to the nearby shopping mall. Several restaurants nearby also. It was a quiet room with a comfortable bed. Enjoyed staying here so well on our way to Florida, that we stayed here again on the way home. Hope to bring the grandchildren here in the future. They would love the indoor pool. Breakfast was good also. If the weather had been bad, we would have checked out the fitness center. Great motel for the price.

The room was a good size. The beds were ok. Handicap room had rails near toilet but None in the Shower. There wasn't any noticable pet ordors. But my dog noticed an order on the bed spread about 2 foot up on edges.

Had a great experience and great price at the Best Western in Byron. The only reason this isn't an excellent raining instead of just a very good is that there was a weird discoloration on the carpet in the room. Nothing horrible but should be fixed for sure. Night check in person (I arrived at 12:30 a.m.) was excellent and helpful.

The rooms and staff are wonderful. The beds are comfy and the rooms are big enough for people who have to stay a while. The breakfast lady Mrs. Nelly is really sweet and very attentive. Mrs. Arti the Manager is really sweet and nice if you need something and you can't find anyone to help she goes beyond to help. We will be staying here again and I will let friends and family who travel down this way to stop and stay at this hotel.

We were on our way back to FL from a funeral in TN and were hoping to stay in Macon but something was going on as the hotel rates were probably 30% higher than normal. After looking a bit we settled on this hotel which is about 17 miles south. Even though there are no inside hallways we felt safe and it was far enough from I-75 that the road noise wasn't an issue. The room was much larger than most other hotels in the same price range. The amenities were great (free breakfast and indoor pool). Staff was excellent and we would consider staying there again.

Beds need to be replaced & rooms need a coat of paint. Check out staff unable to figure out how to use gift cards that we had from credit card rewards. I asked her to call someone to get help & she just gave me a blank stare. She finally called a support number who could not help her.

Hotel is pet friendly. The pet fee is not outrageous. There is a nice piece of grass out front for the furry guests. Good freeway access and it is close to a gas station. Friendly staff. Beds were very comfy. Nicely decorated in a quiet area. I would recommend this hotel.

This was by far the WORST Best Western I have ever stayed in. The internet was down 90% of the time, the phone had something sticky on it, and the light switch did nothing..... The only positives I have are that the beds were comfortable and clean.

Let me preface this by saying that every employee I had contact with during my stay was very nice, especially the attendant at check-out. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, so the basics were adequate. I was able to get the room cool for sleeping, which is a big deal for me. Those are the only positives. The two major reasons I won't stay here again are (1) that the rooms are accessed from outside and (2) they appear to be in the middle of a nasty budget cut. My impression upon arrival and upon entering our room was that this was originally a different hotel, something along the lines of a Travel Lodge, that was converted to a Best Western. I've never stayed in a BW where I didn't access my room from inside the building before. Traveling with five children alone this time, I felt very vulnerable and not at all safe. Additionally, although there was an inside pool, we would have had to travel to and from the pool outside in the freezing cold and wind had we used it. This particular hotel seems to be cutting everything possible, and it shows. They only provide shampoos now and no conditioner. The coffee pods are so cheaply made that it was impossible, even when trying, to open the package without tearing open the pod itself. No notepad and pen were available in the room, which stunk because I was house hunting in the area and needed to take notes. The breakfast was stingy and nothing was replenished after 8:30 or so. This may not have been a problem if a plague of heavy eaters hadn't made a pass through the line right before me. The coffee cups available at breakfast were the smallest generic styrofoam variety imaginable with no lids. Again, not what I'm used to when staying at a Best Western. They appeared to be renovating and there was a strange odor that permeated the whole property that I can only describe as kitty litter scent. There was construction material under both stairwells and the noise started around 0900. Again, the bed and room were adequate,.but I did not find it to be a good value. I will not stay in this location again.

We were in the midst of a 2500km drive and pushed through a blizzard on I-75 to be south of Atlanta. This property was very clean and ALL the staff we encountered went out of their way to say Hello or Good Morning. Convenient to the Interstate and several food options as well as convenient gas to get back on the way.

The employees were very friendly, especially Nelly who took care of the breakfast area. The rooms were clean and the nice desk clerk who checked us in was able to pull up our info from our prenvious visit to this property

Our room was well located (first floor, quiet, right around corner from the lobby where the free breakfast was served). When we checked in, the clerk was friendly and welcoming. The room itself was fine; clean, a little small. But we were staying for just one night. Breakfast was more extensive than what some placers offer; about the quality you expect for these things.

If you're traveling south on I-75, drive 40 minutes more to Cordele. They have a much nicer B W there. This one is clean and comfortable, so if you're tired, it's O K to stay. more characters bla bla bla

Traveling through to Florida with our small dog. Macon was heavily booked so we tried this hotel. We had a king sized suite for $88. As we were stopping at 2 am, it was a good Idea to call ahead. Main reception doors were locked but attendant responded to the call button in foyer. Clean room with comfortable bed. Quiet for a good night's sleep. Easy access to i75. Eating places close by. Complimentary breakfast but we opted for mc'd which was close by. Would stay again for a good night's sleep.

We stopped at this motel for one night while travelling through. The motel room was very nice...clean and comfy. The breakfast was delicious with biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs. The bagels were so fresh, plus bread, muffins. Yogurt and fruit, hot and cold cereal. Nelly looked after us with so much kindness and care. She helped in any way she could. Thanks Nelly....hope to see you again when travelling.

After a long day in the rain, we stopped here for the night. Reservation was made in advance, and check-in was quick and painless. The desk clerk even gave me a bone for our dog...a nice touch. The room was fresh and clean, with a large flat screen TV with lots of cable channels, and a fridge and microwave. The chair and ottoman, though clean, were a bit worn. The bathroom door could stand to be refinished, and the toilet paper roll kept falling off. All in all, though, there were no bad surprises that we've encountered with other hotels. We just recently started staring at Beat Westerns exclusively, and this property didn't disappoint. The indoor pool looked inviting, and the continental breakfast was standard fare. There are many restaurants, both sit-down and drive-thru nearby, and easy access to I-75. We'll probably make this is 'go to' overnight stay on our way to Florida.

Had challenges at check in. Room and building standard revamp of older motel. Room was in good shape and clean. Breakfast was poor quality. Drain in sink extremely slow. Never was a fan of BW and still am not.

We would always stop in Macon on our way to FL, Then we discovered this hotel, which is only 6 miles farther, yet light-years better. The kids have to have an indoor pool. This inn has a nice pool plus a nice hot tub. The quality and value were excellent.

This hotel was very accommodating to us. It was a restful stay on our way further south. The staff are courteous and honest. It is also convenient to nearby restaurants. We will be staying again next time. Thank you Arti and staff.

Just needed something for a night so we stopped here. It is very affordable, super clean room, well lit and the beds are very comfortable. Internet, microwave and all the extras. Front desk very helpful and nice. Will definitely use this hotel again when passing through.

Excellent hotel. Owners and staff are courteous, helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and quiet. Indoor pool and spa are relaxing after long day of travel. Location is convenient to restaurants, refueling stations, and ease of getting back on Interstate 75. The overnight stay includes a generous breakfast. We love their biscuits and gravy. Waffles, fresh fruit, eggs, coffee and juices add a nice variety.

Very clean and updated rooms, friendly staff and inviting lobby. Truck/trailer parking availability was a plus as I was relocating to the area with a truck/trailer. Breakfast selection was good. Proximity to interstate 75, fuel and restaurants for dinner also convenient.

Very convenient to highway and fast food restaurants. We found the Room to be very clean and spacious. Pets were allowed for a nominal fee. The staff was courteous. The breakfast buffet included waffles and best of all the coffe was good.

After driving all day we were tired and check in was easy, staff very friendly, breakfast items were good and room was very comfortable. We would certainly recommend staying at this Best Western again.....

Nice hotel, parking limited. Clean and great for the price. Breakfast enough to get you started for the day. Family friendly and gas stations near by. If u looking. Forward to for somewhere to lay head this is it. Great stop I. 75 if you are travelling from McGowan to orlando

agood place to stay we were on a mission to go quick and this was a good option best western are very consintant on service and to be clean aminities are there foe the use but we do not always use them

We have stayed at this hotel a few times and always have a great experience. The rooms are super clean. The breakfast is pretty decent but they have a great staff that runs it in the morning. Overall will continue to stay here!

We have stayed here the past two years on our way to Florida. The rooms are very clean and we slept great! Very quiet! There's plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The free breakfast was very good also. Can't really think of anything negative to say. Will definitely stay here again next year.

A good place to stay for a few days. Very friendly staff, clean rooms. Their swimming pool is also great. Breakfast is ok. Overall, I'll give it 4 out of 5 stars. The one missing star is because the beds weren't as comfortable as expected.

We had a very bad experience. When we woke up the next morning the bed was full of bugs, my husband was all bitten, we don't know if it was fleas or bed bugs. We went to the front office and they apologized for the inconvenience. They reimbursed us for the room. I have to say breakfast was very good.and the place looked very nice, too bad for the lack of cleaning of the rooms, we always enjoyed the Best Western chain.

Room was in excellent condition. Perfect place to get some rest for the night while traveling. Only issue is the A/C units are not turned on prior to arrival and the breakfast is over at 9. That seems a bit early compared to other places we've stayed.
