Best Western Plus Eastgate Inn & Suites

The overall stay wasn't terrible however there were a couple things that were disappointing. The curb appeal is terrible. When we pulled up I was afraid of where I was going to have my kids stay the night. To be fair however when you go inside it was much better. The inside seemed updated and nice. The second complaint would be they did not seem as accommodating to members as other experiences. They did not give a welcome gift which is insignificant but worth mentioning and when we asked if there was any way we could upgrade to a suite they told us we could not since we were members.

My wife & I stay at a lot of Best Westerns and prefer the upgraded "Plus" properties. Unfortunately this is masquerading as one. Would be slightly below average as a standard BW, if changing standard BW prices vs. the premium "Plus" prices. Main issues are 1. cleanliness (e.g, dirty floors in rooms, so need to wipe grit from feet before getting in bed, and 2. starting to feel rundown (e.g., torn wallpaper and stained carpets in hallway). Plus a variety of several other smaller things like trash overflowing receptacles, very skimpy bread selection at breakfast - just a few slices of white bread. Quite disappointing and definitely won't return.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and it was a great size. It is convenient to the interstate, the Amish area and Sturgis, Michigan. It was the best kind of stay - one that had no disappointments or issues.

Rooms are clean, nice and as described or depicted. Breakfast was above average, readily available, warm and good tasting. Rated it a 4 because this hotel shows pictures of the pool and hot tub...NO...hot tub. Must of broken and owners decided to cover it and put patio furniture on its location. That's why we chose this hotel, so from that aspect kind of disappointed.

This Best Western Plus is a great location and conveniently located when visiting Wichita. It's consistently clean, affordable, and comfortable. The staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. When you are looking for a great value, this is it.

First room had a few issues but we were moved into a room with no issues very quickly and without hassle. The new room was very clean and everything worked fine and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was courteous and professional. Traveling with a pet can be a challenge and expensive. This hotel has a modest pet fee ($20) compared to other hotel properties which charge as much as $75/night.

Stayed at the Best Western on my way to and from Houston. Very enjoyable stay. Staff was great and the accommodations and the FREE breakfast was very good! I look forward to the next trip so I can continue staying at the Best Western Motels.

Great value for the room price. Right next to I-35 and so easy to access. The room was very clean, odor free, and very quiet. The breakfast was good and the hostess was exceptional. Would highly recomend.

Clean room. Good breakfast. Good service. Good internet. Slept very well. Location was a little concerning. After a really long drive it we were able to really relax in our room. People at the desk were extremely friendly.

We came down for a couple days for a grandson's wedding. The check in process was easy, and the lady behind the desk very polite and friendly. We found the room to be extremely clean, the hotel in general very clean, and the bed very comfortable. We were on the back side of the hotel on the 3rd floor I kept the AC fan on constant and we heard no highway noise. Both mornings we had a very good hot breakast. Overall, I would give the hotel a 10. If you are going north or south on I 35, this would be a great, easy on/off place to get a good nights sleep during your travels.

The check in was quick , the rooms were clean as expected. I did jump in the pool with my grandkids it was clean and satisfactory. The breakfast was set up well . The breakfast attendant was on top of everything I would stay again.

This motel we could happily stayed at for many nights, but sadly we were only in the area for one night. Easy, delightful check-in. Our room on the second floor was comfy, clean, quiet, close to the elevator, had a nice window view, plenty of seating area. Wonderful breakfast area. Easy on and off the express way.

Pool chemical were very strong. Clean room. Well lighted parking lot good location. Internet worked well after I was able to connect. Quite, no issues. Would stay here again if needed. Good location..

This hotel is on the service road for main east-west expressway in Wichita. Property seems to be older but well maintained. Room was very clean. Keurig in room. Has indoor pool and decent breakfast provided. Only complaint is coffee in breakfast area was pretty bad. In room Keurig pod coffee much better. Was very quiet. Staff were professional and courteous. Nearby hotels look a bit sketchy but this one is good.

Undercooked sausage. Potatoes that didn't look like any potatoes I had ever seen. Potatoes looked like itty bitty scraps of something. Pillows were not good for my neck. Checked in late and left by 8a next morning.

The room was very nice and included a sitting area with a couch, chair, and coffee table when you first walk in. The location was great, easy access to the freeway. The hotel was close to many restaurants.

The staff were very courteous, helpful and friendly. The person in the breakfast room even served me juice and a waffle. The room was spacious and very clean as was the bathroom. The breakfast was hot and very good.

This hotel was conveniently located to the colleges we were looking at, restaurants, and shopping. The hot tub was not working -- the indoor hot tub was why we chose this hotel instead of another BW, so it was super frustrating when it wasn't working. We decided to work out on the treadmill -- again, not working. Sooo, if I did stay here again, I'd call to make sure the things we wanted were actually available and working.

It was a very clean and accomidating hotel. I will definetely stay there again. The breakfast was good. The inernet was fast and easy to get on. The parking was a bit tight and needed more room.Overall experience was great.

We stay in a lot of Best Westerns and honestly this one was a disappointment. They seem to be using covid-19 staffing shortages as an excuse for skimping on housekeeping. We had two different rooms because of a plumbing issue in the first room. Both rooms had 4 towels as expected for a 4 person room; however room 1 just had 2 washcloths and room 2 only had one - why would you restock the towels and not the washcloths and blame it on staffing shortages? We left after the second night of a planned multi-night stay when we discovered that one of the beds had not been changed in between guests - there was a fresh coffee stain on one set of sheets.

This was a decent hotel; room was clean, but bed was very squeaky when you moved so must be really old. Pillows were very comfortable. Fitness center needed some cleaning, treadmill was broken but I liked the fact there were dumbbells available to use. Breakfast was basic and same every day (eggs, sausage potatoes) not much variety of other stuff as I have seen in other Best Western Plus'. Hot tub appears to have been out of service for a while. I travel quite a bit and look for a good room/bed/pillows/fitness center and variety of breakfast.

Nicely placed beside the Kellogg drive. Well behaved staffs with neat and clean rooms. Breakfast was ok. There is a mall opposite to the hotel. Good for short business trip. WiFi was interrupted for some time, but was fixed later. Will stay again, hopefully.

Hotel was nice and caroline (the staff member who checked us in) was super-friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and offered some suggestions. Hotel was nice, everything worked, and the location was convenient.

When you choose a Best Western PLUS hotel, you expect certain amenities. This hotel is far below a PLUS hotel. The breakfast serves the bare minimum. And, there's no acknowledgement of member status. It's very evident that management is all about saving money at the expense of the guests. I will never stay here again.

The staff was extremely rude about our large family. They scolded us about noise, when there was a hotel FULL of children (soccer and baseball tourneys) and it wasn't even my kids. Staff was rude and made us feel uncomfortable like they were watching us 24/7 just waiting to gripe at us. Uncomfortable and will not stay again

Judy and breakfast staff were great. They made us feel like we were home. Judy gave us a visitor guide and looked up discount tickets. Room was clean and they provided clean towels and bed made up Thank you Judy for a great stay.

There was a wrestling team staying in several rooms next to our two rooms. They were running past our doors and howling in hallway. Going in and out of their rooms past 4 am in morning. We called front desk and complained at 1 am to Ganga the on-duty person. He said he would take care of it. Then, at 4 am my daughter complained in person downstairs to Ganga. He said again he would take care of the situation, but he never did. The manager Jason Madhu was not on duty that night or the next morning when we checked out. Also, he would never call us back about this issue even when we arrived home. I left two messages on his telephone. The front desk told me on the third call that the manager would not be calling me. I called their corporate office and finally got a response and a complaint ticket number. They said it would take a few days for the hotel manager to get back with us from the hotel we stayed at. Today, we got an email saying they would be refunding 25% of both of our rooms' charges back to us. This is a joke. They should have refunded at least 50% or all of the room charge. We were up all night because of the howling and doors banging. We were originally going to stay a second night but decided not to after this ordeal. The wrestling team should have been asked to leave but Best Western didn't do that because they didn't want to lose money. It is all about money for them. They don't care about their guests period. I learned that when I was told the manager would not be calling me back about my issue.

The hotel is modern and the rooms up to date. The staff was helpful and overall I am happy with my stay there. I was not satisfied with the clerk refusing to honor bestwestern.com rate online and I was forced to book online. The road noise from traffic on the nearby highway is more than annoying. But, if you are overtired from a long day of driving you can sleep through the night. But be prepared to be awakened at 6 am from the traffic noise

We've stayed at this hotel twice on our way to Arizona. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly, especially the breakfast lady. Good hot breakfast too. The location is excellent as there is a great restaurant within walking distance, BJ's Brew Haus. We'll be back.

We stay here every time we go through Wichita. Staff is friendly, room is clean, Wi-Fi works, close to Costco gas station and reasonably priced. The only improvements for me is a personal preference—softer pillows.

It was very disappointing for me and my family the stay at this hotel, there were BED BUGS all over the beds, pillows and blankets we stayed here before in many occasions never had issues but this time it was a horrible experience. at the time of check out the lady at the front desk asked about our stay and I told her about the BED BUGS and she rolled her eyes, and said "really" ??!! again very disappointing NOT coming to this place ever again

Everything was about average for a best western. The only major issue we had was my wife tripped in the parking lot, broke here glasses and had to get stitches. The front desk person was fine, called the ambulance and took down some info from us. We we told the manager, Jason, would be in the following day. The following day, we went to see him but he was not there. The fall happened on a Sunday and we checked out the following Saturday. At no time during the rest of our stay did anyone from management even contact us to see if she was ok. Pretty disappointed by this.

Front desk clerks were helpful and friendly, had lots of restaurants and shopping in the area to choose from. Parking was very easy and breakfast was good. I would stay again if in the area. Very nice stay

Easy in and easy out with a great location for that area of town. Almost everything about this hotel is "just right" - Ease of parking, building layout, comfort and cleanliness, are all up to top Best Western standards. The lady who checked us in was great: knowledgeable about the area, very efficient, and super friendly. Pool looked great (although we did not have time to enjoy that). Exercise space was "just okay" but, their breakfast more than made up for that. The most impressive part of all this: even though there were quite a few happenings and events in town, rates were kept at minimal making this a super, super value for a weekend.

One of the best hotel stays I've experienced. Great location on east side of city, very professional and friendly staff and available at all hours, and clean rooms! Indoor pool great temp. Highly recommended

We were visiting Wichita for a Surprise Birthday. My Son had made the Hotel arrangements. I liked it that we had adjoining rooms. The rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast, due to Covid-19 adequate.

Don't stay here on a Saturday night! They have their indoor pool open & the place was packed with young parents &their little kids. Only half of the people had masks on, & the elevator was being constantly used. The pool was small, full of kids, & their parents sat in chairs at pool side not socially distanced & none of them had masks on. I was horrified. While waiting to check in, I turned around to find someone standing just a foot away from me. At least he had a mask on! This was 2 nights before the completion of a road trip to NM, & I told my husband if there was any place we were going to catch Covid, this was it. We had our truck full of glass making supplies, & I wasn't sure the stuff was going to be there the next morning. They even had a sign about not leaving valuables in your car. Located next to a Motel 6 just feet from the highway. If you are middle aged or older, take a pass on this one.

Stayed overnight during cross country travel. Very nice and friendly staff, easy to check in and out, clean parking lot. Probably the cleanest BW I've stayed at in years and with small children I appreciated that SO much.

We have stayed at this hotel multiply times and always have a great experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Normally the breakfast is great but during this stay they only offered Grab & Go bags. We always stay there when we go through Wichita.

Just off hwy so good location. Older part of town hotel is in good condition and clean. However have been an elite member for years and not sure about future stays. Breakfest is now a grab and go ( bottel of water and piece of fruit. Not consistant in all locations.)

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and our room. The beds were comfortable and the internet, Wifi service was good. The staff was friendly and efficient. The cost was very affordable. If I need to stay overnight in Wichita, I will definitely choose Best Western Plus Eastgate Inn & Suites.

I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights while waiting to close on the purchase of my new home. The front desk staff was very helpful and efficient. I stayed during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the front desk worked with me to select a room that had not been occupied by another guest recently. All measures were taken to ensure guest safety. Grab and Go breakfasts were offered and kept behind the front desk to avoid contact with multiple guests. The hotel was clean and quiet. Everything worked well in the room and in the fitness center.

We had a very comfortable stay here. Beautiful lobby & nice clean rooms. The staff was nice & inviting. The free breakfast was decent for a hotel. If we come through this area again for dance competition we will be staying again.

This hotel is within a mile of the I-35 toll road. It is extremely easy to find. There are a large number of restaurants and a large shopping mall within a mile of the hotel. The hotel has an indoor pool and a workout room. It offers a complimentary breakfast. The room is spacious and very clean. Caroline, the desk clerk was very helpful in helping us locate restaurants and stores. We will definitely stay here again.

Coming from a wedding for a single overnight in Wichita - very clean rooms - nicely redone recently. Very helpful staff - easy to get to things locally and food nearby. Was a great and restful sleep after a long long day. Well done!

The hotel is close to a variety of shops and restaurants. The staff is not that all friendly and you get that feeling like it is a big issue for them that they have a new client and extra work for them. There was no option for water in the room accept the taps in the bathroom. Yes an ice machine was available but no bucket or water jug to keep the ice in for some cold fresh water. No other options of breakfast variety accept the same old same old everyday. Food was average.

Hotel rooms were clean, good location and friendly staff. The only thing that needs improvement is their continental breakfast - better quality and more options are needed. We would stay here again if coming through Wichita.

Older version of BW but kept clean and great service. Breakfast was not as good as other BW I've stayed at. The check in and check out process was made easy by helpful staff. If we needed anything at all we were helped.

December 2019 Stay Everything was super clean inside and out and everyone was super friendly as usual when we stay here. The breakfast buffet is hot and worth eating, and the attendant keeps it well stocked. The rooms are nice and quiet, and you cannot hear any noise from the highway. However the beds just weren't as comfortable as compared to other hotels we've stayed at over the last year and I had a hard time getting to sleep and staying asleep. The parking lot is well lit and kept clean as well.

We were greeted by a friendly front desk attendant after a long day. We didn't have a reservation, but she quickly made one and checked us in without delay.Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was pretty comparable to most. A great stay for the price!

The rooms were very clean and amazing and the beds and pillows were awesome. We did get in about 10 and the lobby was empty for 5 or 6 minutes. When the desk person finally arrived they laughed and said, “oh, I forgot to put up the sign.” That was weird. The rest of the visit was awesome.

From the first moment of parking this hotel was a incredible experience compared to other hotels. We parked withing 20 feet of the front door. We walked in to the desk and had to wait about 3 seconds for the young lady to appear and check us in. I remember waiting 30 minutes to check in at another hotel for example. The check in was as quick and yet efficient as any I've ever encountered. Emily was her name I believe. She had the most beautiful smile and made us both feel really special like we were her favorite guests already. She gave us the perfect room with a very comfortable bed, chair, ottoman, fridge, microwave and a desk. Plenty of room in it too, so nice. Compaints: not much...some missing grout on the wall behind the bathroom door. The toilet lever had missing enamel where your finger goes to flush the toilet, strange but true. The Cox Cable television didn't seem to have some of the channels I like. TCM is a must for any hotel room. Watching classic (old) movies without commercials is a real treat for us older folks but just staying one night that probably wasn't possible anyway. Breakfast was a real treat with biscuits and sausage (link and patty) with the best coffee. All the regular options of course but this breakfast was well stocked with everything it was supposed to have and the nicest most wonderful breakfast lady. She did a great job. She was very pretty and had a wonderful smile. She kept the place clean, well stocked and a really happy place even taking our plates for us as we finished. Made us want to stay another night but we had to go home. Even the room maid we spoke to was really nice and looked like she was really enjoying her job. Everyone one had a smile and made us feel really welcome. Many kudos to all the staff. Best Western should use all these people to set the example for all the other hotels in their system. They were great.

I stay here every time I visit Wichita. Facility is nice and location is good for the things I do when in town. It is a short drive to several of the restaurants I like there. The staff is always welcomeing and nice.

I want all the best experience I've had at any hotel! John and Caroline were awesome more than helpful Caroline staff member at the front desk was as I said great awesome! John at customer service was great and awesome all the best experience ever.

We went on vacation We went cross country to visit family. We also visited some state parks along the way. We took our time traveling to the mid West. Very nice trip driving for my husband and I. I Would like to travel like this again.

We had a good stay here. It was clean, but maybe not one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. It was very affordable. They had comfy beds and a nice breakfast. Their gym was small, but had some good machines.

Biggest complaints, only having one table that sat four & breakfast ending early on wknds. Several families with young ones struggled in the AM. The other tables were small round tables that sat two..

The hotel was clean. Great breakfast. We stayed at this hotel twice. The first time the toilet seat was really loose. It almost fell off.. Also the sink drained slow. The second time we stayed there, again the toilet seat was loose, but not as bad. So if you stay there, check the seat before sitting down. I think this is due to where the toilet paper holder is placed. You have to turn to get the paper, which causes the seat to move.

We chose this hotel to stay at since it was on our route passing through Wichita. Very friendly staff and clean. Will be making this our stop for when we travel through the area. Our favorite restaurant BJs is only blocks away and a shopping center.

Staff was helpful and the room was clean. Within 10 minutes from downtown. The bed was also very comfortable with a lot of pillows. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Everything was in working order. The only thing I can advise the hotel, and this may not be something that others may feel the same, is to get better plastic ware. They were too cheap and flimsy. Other than that, guest service was amazingly friendly. Oh and the a/c was a bit noisy, more than the norm.

We only stayed one night as we were traveling. Judy at the front desk was very helpful and gracious. Jen made sure breakfast was great! We'll look forward to our next stay. The location was great also

Stayed here one night. Had stayed here previously no issues. Very disappointed. The room AC did not work properly, called the desk to complain. They said the hotel was full so they couldn't give me another room. Wi-Fi was very slow. Had requested a 1st floor room's when we made the reservations as we had an elderly mother-in-law with us. Ended up with rooms on 3rd floor. Hotel was full of high school track teams. You would think they could have put them on the 3rd floor.

All areas were clean and well kept. The employees were very friendly. Pool was somewhat small but it was clean and did the job. Breakfast was good and the lady in charge of it worked very hard. I would stay again.

This motel is one of the better motels that you will stay in. Friendly staff and a good bed ,lovely pool and hot tub and a great breakfast that all your family will enjoy.Every thing is clean and top noch. Thank you to the all the staff for your good work and helps.

We had a large group booked here. The desk clerk Judy went out of her way to make sure our group got everything we needed. She was friendly, courteous, and always had a smile for us. The manager Jason was extremely helpful booking our large group. The lady responsible for breakfast kept area clean, breakfast stocked, and checked to see if we needed anything. All the staff were friendly and always willing to provide us with the best service possible

This was a very nice place to stay in Wichita. Rooms were clean. We had no problems with anything in our room. The cleaning ladies were very friendly and prompt when we asked for items for the room. Indoor pool. Nice selection of food for breakfast. JEN-who worked in the breakfast area was very attentive to the guests. Very nice woman. JUDY- at the .Desk was very helpful and informative about events and sites to see in the Wichita area. Very nice woman. We would recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for two nights at the advice of a co-worker and I couldn't have been more pleased. Not sure when it was updated/remodeled but almost everything I looked at in the place seemed brand new. Very nice property. My complements to the owners and management. Very well done! Made me feel like I was in something just built a few weeks before. My only complaint is I had a room facing Kellogg and on two instances on one of the nights the Wichita Fire Department rolled past on Kellogg with several fire trucks and sirens blazing. Certainly not easy to sleep through that. It was fine for me though as I went right back to sleep. Not a big deal unless you are not used to a little bit of traffic noise through the night. If so, request a room on the backside. I still rate this hotel 4 stars # # # # Loved it.

Check in employee was sloppy, she had a friend with her behind the counter and this friend was eating at the counter. Pillows were lumpy, some of the towels were very rough and old yet some were great. Why would you make a nice looking hotel so unappealing with a few things that would be fairly inexpensive to fix? We paid $100 plus taxes and fees and expected more. Will not stay here again.

Overall this hotel was a good experience. Nothing to complain about. What made it an over the top experience was the courteous & competent employees. I don't really like to write reviews, yet I am compelled to report that you have an employee that is absolutely outstanding! Her name is Judy. This Best Western is very fortunate to have her! I have stayed in many hotels that offer a good breakfast. Often there are 2 people working these better breakfasts. Judy took no short cuts on this multiple coarse breakfast she prepared & served with kindness, courtesy, competence, and efficiency. The hot food tasted fresh, not dried out, & remained hot & the items that were cold remained fresh and cold. I saw her as an ideal cook & server. I was totally amazed by her friendly service, and that was before I realized she was working the front desk too! I couldn't believe it, when I saw her going off to work the front desk, checking people out, patiently answering customer questions, printing receipts, etc. I have never seen anything like it. I told her I was amazed at her competence. That's when I found out she had originally been assigned to work the front desk that morning, and that the cook staff for the breakfast had walked out, leaving her to take up the slack. She was up to the challenge. There was no complaining from her. Instead, she was totally positive, handling dual roles with grace and attentiveness to all. Judy is certainly a top employee. Truly, the best hotel employee I have ever witnessed. Know you have a real jewel in Judy! Please treat her well. You don't want to lose an employee as special as her.

This is a good place to stay. The rooms and property are clean and well kept. The parking lots are well lit. Employees are always nice and welcoming. Beds are comfortable and make for a good nights sleep. Breakfast options are nice and tasty for a free breakfast.

Judy on the front desk is excellent. greets you with a smile as soon as you walk in and is very helpful. She even remembered my name!! Very pleasant to work with. Jan who takes care of the breakfast room is also excellent very friendly and always has eveything ready and clean. Two great additions to this Hotel!!

Always nice to see a smiling face both at reception and around the building. Having stayed previously (Nov 2017) reception recognised us, (probably the Aussie accent) and offered a room upgrade which was gratefully taken. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel is ideal if visiting students at nearby College (Newman and Friends) With an abundance of accomodation in Wichita this is a hotel that stands out.

Left an iPad in room. Call an hour later, the staff went to our room found the iPad, called us back and told us they would place the iPad in the safe. Can't thank the staff enough. Stopped on our way to pick it up. Nothing but smiles from everyone.

We recently traveled with our adult son and his two children, ages 5 and 6, from our home in western KS to Wichita for medical appointments. I had called for reservations and spoken to front desk clerk, Bethany. She was so pleasant and helpful on the phone. When we arrived she was also on duty at the front desk. We had made some requests due to traveling with children and she went above and beyond to make sure our rooms were just what we needed to have a safe and fun couple of days. We told her we were looking for a particular restaurant with a play space so the kids could have a nice dinner and still get rid of a little energy. When we were leaving she told us the restaurant we were looking for no longer provided a play space but she had gone to the trouble to find another one that could accommodate our needs. She gave us directions to the new restaurant and we had a nice dinner and the kids got to play for awhile before coming back to the motel for a swim in the fantastic pool. Also, I want to add the rooms were very clean, beds comfortable and the breakfast was a full breakfast with most anything one could want. Even the kids liked the breakfast. We will definitely be back.

The staff was extremely helpful in getting me to a dealership nearby. Because I am not walking well right how (hip replacement surgery scheduled) Judy offered her car to Jeremy and he drove me to the dealership. I believe this was above and beyond their duties. The room and service were excellent.

We traveled from MN to TX due to a funeral and stopped at 5am at this hotel. Due to a large softball tournament we were unable to find any hotels sooner. Your staff welcomed us, changed our check out time to 1pm, and then told us to drop our bags in our room and come back as they would have breakfast ready so we could eat before we went to sleep. It was so refreshing to be taken such good care of! We have 3 children and we were so thankful to have your staff be so caring!! We stayed at a Best Western for the rest of our travels and joined the rewards program! Good job Best Western!!!

We were in Wichita for one night for daughter to test for her school program. Hotel is in a good location for nice restaurants and shopping. Clean and updated rooms with large bathrooms. Had a microwave and small fridge too. Also temp. Control on wall which was easy to check or adjust. Desk was nice for working or studying. Breakfast included which was good. Very helpful and pleasant staff at front desk so Thanks to Caroline and Judy for their assistance.

We had a king room located on the back of the motel and it was very quiet. The room was very clean and comfortable bed, thick towels. Good WiFi. The breakfast was better than the norm. Judy was very accommodating seeing that we had what we needed at breakfast and very efficient with our check out. Only negative, there is construction on Kellogg and the traffic was slow during rush hour. Short drive to restaurants and mall. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel, great location. Was very clean, rooms were spacious and modern,breakfast had good selection, and front desk people were super nice. We will definitely stay here again if back in the Wichita area.

We brought our family of 6 here for a spring break getaway. The rooms are nice and clean as well as the whole facility. The pool and hot tub area were well used by the children and are a good size. We stayed in a suite which was great for the kids to have their own space. Judy at the front desk was very accommodating. From checking us in, to asking us if we needed a pack in play, to offering us a late check out. We have stayed here before and will definitely be back. Jan in the breakfast area does a wonderful job as well. The breakfast selection is one of the finest I have seen and she is great at keeping it stocked up with freshly cooked food. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable! If you're looking for a place to stay...this is it!!

Judy went out of her way to help two disabled guests feel comfortable and welcome. We are extremely grateful for her care and hospitality. Because of Judy, we will happily recommend this Best Western to others.

Great hotel. Good environment. Although a new area and a little hard to get to, once there it is great. It is a wonderful ecor, and the staff are very helpful. Good restaurants in the nearby area. Breakfast and internet are no problems.

Stayed here for 5 days. I will say hands down the best service we have had at a hotel. The lady at the front desk, her name is Caroline is one of the most nicest people I have ever met. She helped with whatever we needed and made us feel very welcomed!!! Just because of her we will be staying there again!!!!!

Best Western Eastgate Inn and Suites went above and beyond to make my daughter and I's stay comfortable and accommodating. The staff, cleanliness, and amenities are what will keep us coming back! Pool, hot tub, fitness center, business center, and hot breakfast.. what else do you need!?

Hotel was close to route we were on! Very clean and we had a great stay! Have stayed here 1 time earlier this year and a very nice property? All staff were very helpful and informative! We arrived late and left early due to weather concerns gentleman who checked us out got us a grab and go snack Bag which was appreciated!

I cancelled my reservation right away because I got terrible customer service. I called and a woman named Judy I believe was her name, answered the phone and I simply asked what their cancellation policy was because there might be a change in my plans. The first thing she asks is how old I am.. apparently you have to be 25 years old to even book a room here. I think that is insane! She was rude about me being 21 and booking a room there (which if it's that big of an issue, why wasn't it mentioned on their website before I booked a room???) and she was very short with me. I will not book with them in the future.

Best Western Plus is the only hotel we book when traveling. Cleanliness is very important to us, and their hotels are top-rated. Friendly & helpful hosts, and the breakfast has options to meet any dietary needs. The rooms are new, no dusty carpeting, and the pool rooms are heated. Very nice, and a great value for those traveling due to emergencies.

I made it about 300 miles down the road when I remembered all of the shirts I left hanging in the closet. I figured it may be more trouble than it's worth to worry about trying regain ownership. Half hour later, I get a call. Front desk asking if I would like the shirts mailed to me? I really appreciated this. This kindness was typical of how we were treated during our stay. Our room was nice and breakfast was as expected. Staff operates work above expectations here and make this staying here again something we will look forward to doing.

Like staying in this best western. It's easy to get to the places we need to go like the VA for husband doctor visits.Getting into the motel itself is a pain with all the construction. Jan head of the breakfast is very pleasant and friendly.

First time visitor and this location exceeded my expectations! It was comfy & cozy, centrally located and offered and excellent complimentary breakfast to start my busy days. Staff was helpful in guiding my through my trip as well!

Walked in a realized it was the old Wichita Inn which 20 years ago was the worst hotel in the area. A little lipstick and plywood bed does not constitute a Best Western Plus.... please remove the "plus" from this location. It's not the plus I have seen around the country. All around just a bare basic hotel with crappy rooms and beds.

Eastgate inn is our always goto place in Wichita when visiting relatives. The front desk staff sets a first impression that is outstanding and makes the minor glitches seem petty. Breakfast sets the stage for a good day. Highly recommend

Best bang for your buck. Very clean, nice amenities and nice staff. Would stay here again in a heart beat. Breakfast was also nicely done and plenty of options for a family of 4 to keep everyone happy and full!

I've stayed in Wichita many times at many places and this is by far the best i have found.The rooms are always clean, the bed is firm and the bathroom is clean. It is located close to shopping and many food options.

Property is in need up upkeep. Smelly. Appliance burnt up. Very noisy. Thin floors/walls. Won't stay here again for quite a while. Other BW in area are better. Airport and Governors Inn are much better. Staff is nice though.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Always greeted with a smile. Easy and quick check-in/check-out. Everywhere in the hotel was a clean and fresh environment. Outstanding FREE breakfast from waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, juice, coffee, hot cocoa, biscuits and sausage gravy (delicious), fresh fruit. and more..something for everyone. The whole food area was beautifully presented, immaculately clean and well stocked. Delicious!!! We will staying here again the next time we travel this way. Thank you Best Western PLUS!!!

We and another couple were traveling on our western trip and stayed at this Eastgate Inn. It is a very nice facility. The staff was very helpful. I would recommend you stay at this location. Access to highway is good (currently highway is being rebuild but we did not have any problems getting around).

Price was a little high but room was great. Breakfast was nothing great but it was ok. Internet was fast. Restaurants were close but not in walking distance. Checkout was easy. Easy access from the interstate.

The hotel was very close to where we were visiting family so location was excellent for us. The hotel was clean and well maintained. We were there for 2 nights and did not use the pool or fitness facilities so can not comment on those. Breakfast was good and well supplied.

In America, i believe they do not give importance in quality. Very poor breakfast with cartoon plates, plastic fork etc. rooms are clean but very loudy, air conditioning is a washing machine if you turn off frigidaire starts. Not the best choice. If you have to, like me, just stay and do not have expectations

Needs updated but was a good stay. Rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. The internet worked fine and the pool looked to be good, didnt swim though. The breakfast was good and hotel staff was very professional and on the ball. Thx again.

I don't stay in a motel very often, and have stayed in some I will not go back to. However, I will definitely recommend this one! Clean fresh rooms that were in good repair. (Believe me, I checked it out!) Nice décor and great mattress/bedding. I slept very well. Pretty quiet, although I could hear someone above me walking around. Breakfast was above average. Only problem I had was the remote. It didn't respond half the time when I pressed a button. Thank you for making my Mothers Day stay, enjoyable!

This is a smaller BW but is every bit as good as some of the fancier ones. It's a convenient on and off I-35 considering all the construction in Wichita. There are decent restaurants nearby for a quick bite.

This was our go to hotel in Wichita for many years. We travel to Wichita once or twice a year and always booked the Best Western Plus Eastgate. The location is great, staff friendly, and it was always clean. Sadly,though, the property has become a bit rundown and maintenance issues have not been addressed.We started noticing minor problems a couple of years ago but our last stay was very telling. We had a closet door that would not stay latched, a broken dresser leg which meant the drawer kept falling open, and worst of all, the shower head had become detached from the wall and was pointed in such a way that you had to be somewhat of a contortionist to get under the water flow. These are minor repairs that the management apparently doesn't prioritize but which give an unfavorable impression. Our last stay was in August 2017 and hopefully these issues have been addressed but we will probably not return because when we tried to book for this weekend, we were told they would not match third party rates which were a bit cheaper. Interesting! I like booking directly with the hotel and despite being fairly regular customers, they would not budge. Fortunately, Wichita has many other mid-price options in the same area.

Quick family sleepover. Quick check in. Went out of her way to give us a room away from the highway noise with little kids. Good breakfast. Nice big bathroom- great for family! Construction made it a bit confusing to get to- but great stay overall!

This was our first time at the Best Western Plus Eastgate Inn and Suites in Wichita, Kansas. We are snow birds from the midwest and we make trips to and from Arizona every winter. This BW PLUS hotel is relatively new, I think about 4 years old. The hotel has an indoor, heated pool - but we did not use it. I booked a suite - a large bedroom and an extra room with a couch and a chair. There was a desk with a comfortable chair for my computer, and the WiFi was free and fast. The bed was comfortable and we had many fluffy pillows. The room had lots of outlets for charging our 2 iPhones, 2 computers, iPads and my new Apple Watch 3 ---- Breakfast was in a clean facility with many choices - breads and rolls, cereals, eggs, sausage and waffles. The food was fresh and tasty. There is a MASSIVE road construction project in Wichita. Fortunately, the Eastgate BW Plus is near the eastern edge of town and getting off I35 and getting to the hotel was pretty easy. Getting back to I35 East took us through miles of construction and traffic. My guess is that it will be this way for a few years as the project is huge. We enjoyed our stay at this BW Plus - and they lived up to the higher standards for the hotel. We'll be back.

Easy to get too location; close to shoping and dining options and with modern clean rooms and friendy staff. I prefer to stay on the north side of the building to avoid the highway noise. Nice pool and hot tub and friendly staff.

My stay was at Best Western was very good and would defintely stay there again. Breakfast was excellent as was the exercise room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel location worked very well for me making business calls.

This must be the smallest Best Western we've stayed at. Room was OK but tiny pool and limited parking especially if you're towing a trailer. Service was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pricing was typical Best Western even though the quality of the room was a little below Best Western standards. Plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access from I-35. There is a lot of highway construction going on so don't trust your GPS to get you there.

We were driving from L.A. back to Missouri and this was our last stop along the way home. We'd had a change in our plans and ended up with this unscheduled stop. We hadn't really had the opportunity to check out the hotel as we normally would - and relied on the confidence we have in Best Western to ensure our stay would be a good one. It definitely was! And the dinner recommendation made by the reception desk was perfection (B.J.'s - right down the street).

I stayed at a Best Western plus the following night and it did not compare with yours. It was not clean and it had insects as it had an outside door. One of the pieces of furniture was broken. Service was great and the breakfast the next morning was very good. However it could use a bit of care.

Good for a quick stay. We could hear the lobby Christmas music playing in our room when trying to go to sleep early. Reception was friendly. Didn't try the pool or breakfast. Isn't the greatest part of town but if just stopping for a night, it's good for the price.

We were in town to visit family for Thanksgiving. While the hotel was very full with families considering the time of year, we were never disturbed and barely heard any activity outside of our room. The location is great being on one of the major highways in the city - literally 10 min from downtown & 2 min from major shopping centers such as Town East Mall & Eastgate! Also close to the Air Force Base, Beachcraft & Cessna so I would imagine it would be a good location for business travelers too!

I love the Best Western brand mostly the Best Western Plus this one was an older one of that brand. But it was in a nice location and nice looking rooms and the beds were very comfortable.The only two things I would give feedback on would be there water is not very hot in the shower or the hot tub. I would stay again if I was in town.

For the price paid you will not find a better hotel. Hotel staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Good breakfast, comfortable, firm bed and very clean room. Hotel is not posh, but contains everything you need for an enjoyable stay at an outstanding value. You definitely get your money's worth at this hotel.

We had the best experience at the Best Western Plus Eastgate Inn & Suites. I called and set up all the rooms with Carolyn who worked with Judy to make sure we were all on the same floor as we were coming from all over US for a funeral. They were so kind and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the included breakfast had a lot of variety including hot dishes. The workout room was excellent and the indoor pool and hot tub fantastic. We would definitely come back here. Many thanks to Judy and Carolyn for all that you did for us.

Best Western Eastgate was a great overnight stay on our way home from a business trip. Staff was friendly and the room was extremely comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was hot and included many good choices.

Great surprise at the overall facility, and staff. They were very accommodating. We had no problem doing an early check in. Very happy that they had a convenient Business Center. While breakfast was due to start at 6 am, most all it was ready before 5 am. Much appreciated.

Nice room - very clean, and everything in good condition. It was quiet in spite of being right on the frontage road - how is it that some places can manage that? Nice breakfast, but it would benefit from some more variety of fruit & yogurt. Appreciated the eggs & potatoes - not rubbery or overcooked. When the refrigerators are replaced, it would be nice to select one with a freezer compartment - I like to be able to refreeze the ice packs for my cooler when I stay overnight.

We have relatives in the area and have stayed here over the past ten years. There appears nothing has been updated. Bathroom was small and door hit the toilet seat when closing it. Stayed two nights. First day a tissue was left on the floor. That night it was still there. Breakfast was great. The lady there offered to fix a waffle for us, then offered to refill our OJ. You just do not see that at other "free breakfasts", Well Done!! With all lights on, room is dark. Spend a little on LED's and increase the wattage.

Made a quick leisure trip and chose this hotel for the overnight stay. Convenient location off the highway. Outstanding staff. Room ample size, plain, clean, with nice amenities: lounge chair plus two other chairs, desk, microwave, fridge, great wifi, plenty of lighting, controllable heat/ac, ironing board, hair dryer, full length mirror, king bed. Bed too firm. My husband can make do, but I always take an inflatable pad for such emergencies. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the nice choice of breakfast items. Very good value overall

Good for a night to stay. Typically Best Western, no frills, good sized rooms, clean, comfy beds, good breakfast. Nice friendly staff. Located just next to Towne East Square shopping center and restaurants on Frontage Road.

Husband and I stopped here late one evening. I had been looking online prior to our arrival and it said the rooms were $84/night on the Best Western website. We just decided to wait until we arrived to book since it would be late and often you can get an even better price. When we arrived the lady at the desk said it was $104/night. That sounded high but I thought I must have gotten confused when researching because I had been looking at several different hotels. We were tired and paid it. Once I got to the room, I checked online for our hotel and it was $84/night. I didn't go complain. It was my fault for not catching it but disappointed that Best Western would vary this much in pricing. Hotel was nice though. Room was a little stuffy but it was fine by morning. Comfortable bed. Great mattress. Breakfast was wonderful with many options. Would probably stay here again but will definitely pay more attention to pricing.

Best Western standards evident throughout. Clean. Overall nice hotel. Large bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, etc. Good TV. Table for the laptop. The only problem was the hot water was going away too soon. There was barely enough.

The hotel staff are great. We found ourselves back in this city after a day away and decided this hotel was the place for us. So within 3 days we tried 2 different rooms. Both were nicely furnished but their biggest attribute was the staff. Very accommodating when we needed extra supplies.

High quality Best Western where the "Plus" is evident. Good east Wichita location though access is not easy right now because of road work. Daily paper provided, Pool looks good but we didn't use it. Normal wide breakfast selection. Close by parking. Quiet, even on side facing the highway!

This is not a letter to complain about our stay, it's more of a note about our frustration in getting proper pricing. We went to the BW website. We searched the page for BW specifically for where we wanted to stay.Called the Eastgate Inn directly from our car, rang many times, got message about being transferred to the operator. Operator answered phone we told her we wanted to make reservations for the night. She quoted us a price that was higher than what was shown on the website. I explained to her that we were on the internet and there was a difference in pricing. She told us to order the room online since her price was the only price that she could book the room at. Told her goodbye and proceeded to call the 800 number. Got an agent who looked up the price and came up with a pricing that was completely different than what we had received from the internet and the call to the Inn. Booked the room after several discussions about our frustration's with the pricing. Transferred us to customer service the who couldn't confirm the pricing on the internet but did inform us that each Inn uploaded their specific room rates to be listed on the BW website. Arrived at the location and inquired about where the operator was located that answered our original phone call? She informed us that if we dialed the direct number to theirr location it would have rang at the front desk. More confusion. I showed her our phone which still had the link and pricing for the Westgate establishment She stated that she was on duty at the time we were calling in. She looked up the rates on her terminal again which did not show the pricing that we were showing her. She explained that she could not let us have the room for the price that was on our phone.

Very nice helpful staff that went above and beyond. We were not from the area and the staff helped us get through our stay. We really did appreciate the willingness to help and was very happy to do it. Thank you

the room was facing the highway but still slept without interruption, The on going construction noise from highway minimal.. The staff was polite and cordial. One of two tv remotes did not work, but OK as just lounged on the bed to watch. .reading lights next to couch need to be higher wattage as was difficult to see at night. Cooling system more than adequate and not too noisy. Breakfast had good selections, fruit appeared/tasted fresh. No noise from adjoining rooms, slept well

Despite dealing with the u-turns and one-way streets to get here it was worth the effort. It was convenient to my destination, restaurants and things to do in my off time. The hotel had everything I needed for my business stay.

Not the cleanest or best experience I've had with motel rooms. Breakfast was cold and nasty! Gravy looked like it was reheated from the say before.The lady at the front desk seemed bothered when I asked her anything and hardly looked up from her book!

Traveling across the country was so much fun. We saw our beautiful country. This hotel was great to say in. The only glitch was the massive construction in the area. The desk helped us find our way in and out when Garmin really got confused. She is fired! Thanks to the desk!

Comfortable, convenient, accommodating I stayed at the Best Western Plus and the staff was friendly and helpful. My bed was very comfortable and clean. The price was very reasonable for the quality of room. They have a shuttle service from the airport and to the hospital. I was traveling alone, and this was much appreciated because it was safe and clean! The breakfast was delicious and stocked well. The staff was friendly and happy, so the management must be outstanding. I travel a lot, and I would highly recommend Best Western Plus Wichita. Thank you for your hospitality!

We enjoyed staying here for two nights. The pool and hot tub were a nice addition. The breakfast was great, staff pleasant, rooms clean, and very well maintained overall. Kellogg is a one way road so it can be a little tricky to get to, but not bad.

This hotel well deserves the label, Best Western PLUS. Everything about our three day stay was top notch. Judy greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome when we arrived. The housekeeping staff kept the room clean and tidy for us. Breakfast was great and of course WIFI was fast and easily accessed. Great place to stay.

My son and I stayed here the other night on a cross-country trip. The hotel was fantastic, and the staff was terrific. Warning, though: There is a LOT of construction going on in Wichita right now, and I got turned around several times and almost ended up on a toll road before being able to find the hotel. Pay close attention to the u-turns so you end up on the proper frontage road, going east- if you come from the west, as we did, it might be an adventure finding it. Certainly not the hotel's fault, but worth mentioning.

We were headed home from Indiana to Texas and stopped late for the night. This Best Western was great! Large very clean room with all amenities. The beds were firm and comfortable and the shower head was a good one. The breakfast bar was very good and had a nice selection of hot and cold food. The staff was friendly and efficient. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Our 7 year old was really happy when we got back to the room & the housekeeper had made the bed & put his stuffed animals on it! Very nice, clean place to stay! The breakfast was very good & a big variety of food!!

I was very pleased with my stay. It is a nice facility and very nice people. Room is clean and comfortable, internet speed was good, everything was well kept and the staff was terrific. Good location and convenient access to the main highways, and shopping and dinning just down the road.

Very very unhappy! There were spiders in our bed when we first check in and we moved to a different room and there was hardly any water and plus the drain wouldn't drain and the lady at the front desk was so rude and acted like she didn't even care at all!!!! I thought that just maybe they would give us a little discount but no not at all!!!

The first thing to be said about this hotel is that it is very difficult to get to largely due to all of the major road work in the area. It is located on a one-way frontage road and after going around in circles a couple of times, only after calling the front desk did I find out the secret of how to get there. You need to get to the frontage road on the other side of Kellogg and take an underpass to get to the frontage road that the hotel is located on. Once there, however, we found this to be a quite nice motel, very much on par with the other Best Western Plus hotels we have stayed in. We were in a first floor room that turned out to be fully handicapped accessible. The large bathroom had a wheelchair accessible lavatory and shower as well as a movable shower chair and a hand shower. The room was well equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, iron & board, nice desk and plenty of electrical hookups. The secure internet worked well and seemed to be pretty fast. The king size bed was very comfortable and the TV got plenty of channels. Room lighting could be improved and the bathroom lighting was very harsh. Replacing the light bulbs with "warm" color temp. bulbs would help a lot. Complementary breakfast was pretty much the Best Western Plus standard which was good but not exceptional. There is a small indoor pool and a fitness center and a small room that is the business center (which we didn't use). Overall, while not the most attractive Best Western we have stayed in, once you figure out how to get to it, it is a perfectly acceptable, clean and comfortable place to stay. It is very well acoustically insulated and though it is right next to the constantly busy Kellogg Street, we didn't hear any traffic noise inside the hotel.

We had a great stay with an awesome room and wonderful staff. Loves the breakfast the gravy was like home cooked by grandma. It was delicious. My kids loved swimming in the pool and the staff even brought us pool toys to play with

Very nice hotel in a very nice area. Friendly staff, comfy beds, clean room, nice shower. Great indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Breakfast was below average but everything else was very good. I'd stay here again. For breakfast I'll just eat fruit, yogurt and maybe a waffle. Sausage, eggs and potatoes... Not so much.

They were clean and friendly. Didn't go to the free breakfast but they do have one. Good location around shops and restaurants. We would definitely Stay here again. The room was comfy and the hotel looks fairly new.

Centraly located between Kellog and Rock avenues. Very cordial and helpfull staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Essential items breakfast, good enough to start the day and keep you running all day. Enjoyed our stay.

Very convenient location to the expressway but, a little tricky to find amplified by all the near by construction. Costco is just down the street, that was nice! The room was quiet with plenty of flat space in the bathroom for laying out your stuff. A little brighter light over the sink would be desireable....us seniors don't see so well anymore. Great shower head. The breakfast buffet was really nice. I would definitely stay there again.

We were over all very satisfied. We arrived late and was up and on our way early the next morning. I have been having back problems and sleeping on your bed I realized it is our bed that is giving me a fit.

This BW was great! Room was nice and very clean, breakfast was great and the staff was super friendly and very helpful. The location is suffering right now due to construction, but once we figured out how to get there it was simple.(construction is everywhere in Wichita right now). The location was great for us. WSU is only a few miles down Rock Rd then one left turn on 21st. Lots of restaurants are close by as well. Highly recommend the BW Plus Eastgate.

We had family from Denver, Co out for my son's wedding at the end of April. Everyone was so pleased and the customer service was excellent. They got stranded due to a snow storm in Western Kansas and they put them up an extra night.

Nice accommodations and very good breakfast. Good location. We were in Wichita on business and this hotel had good TripAdvisor ratings so we decided to use it. Overall pleased with the accommodations and will most likely use again next year.

We stayed here for my sons wedding. We had a pretty late checkin and the lady was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was very good. The indoor pool was nice and very clean. I would recommend staying here.

While staying here, my wedding ring disappeared. I called to report, the front desk merely stated, hun, people don't turn things in like this and went on to say that she also lost a valuable ring there. Also, slow internet and I had to turn the water all the way to hot to get my bath water warm enough, not just once.

The navigation system led me in loops around the neighborhood due to road construction multiple times and getting there was a real hassle but the hotel was nice once we made it there. We thought of going back a second day but opted to keep driving.

while it is a nice clean place there is nothing special about it to stand out from the low price motels out there. the breakfast was low rate. the room had an odor. the pool wasn't handicap accessible. plus side there was an elevator. the place was quiet. it is located on a one was street so you did alot of driving to get back to it.

The hotel is located just off the Turnpike (Highway 35), and has easy access to get to Highway 81. We were passing thru, so was easy to get to. The hotel was clean and all was in working order. The breakfast was adequate and the items were fresh and hot. The hotel is close to several restaurants, some of which are in walking distance. We would stay here again, if and when we are in Wichita.

The breakfast was phenomenal and rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Pool area was a bit small and hot tub was crowded, but overall all great experience. Breakfast was a full hot breakfast with eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, potatoes, as well as many other cold options as well

Overall a very good stay. The only negative was the children in the room above running and jumping. I'd say if possible put all families with small children on the 1st floor. Next time I'll request a 2nd floor room. The staff at all levels was attentive and helpful. With the road construction in the area it was hard to get to. Had to drive by it on the exit ramp loop under the interstate at the following exit and back around. Bottom line we'd stay there again.

I had to make an unexpected trip, so I booked it online. It was quick and easy, and as always I am never disappointed with Best Western quality. It has become my number One pick for a hotel whenever I travel.

This was the nosiest room we have ever stayed in. Because of our status with Best Western the very friendly front desk girl up graded us to a suite. Well she did us no favors. The road noise was terrible just terrible. Room was very clean and comfortable but it did not make up for the noise...WE GOT TO SLEEP.

So friendly and accommodating. Offered to take my luggage out to my car. Breakfast lady offered to make my waffle or any thing else I needed. This is by far the best Bw I have ever experienced.i will definitely be back when I travel through this area.

This hotel is convenient to the major arteries on the south and east of the city. It is clean and has the standard BW breakfast. The staff was efficient Anna beer helpful. My stay was great and I would recommend this place.

This hotel was the perfect choice for a block of rooms for my son's wedding in Wichita. We were given a great rate on rooms, and the staff was very accommodating to our needs during our stay. Our whole family was booked with rooms near each other, and we were able to check in early, as each member of the family arrived. The breakfast selection was really good, and the staff made sure that the breakfast was kept hot and fresh, even as we all came in to the breakfast room late. The rooms are very clean and spacious, with mini-fridges in the room. Internet access was good and there is also a business center available for printing needs. The indoor pool and hot tub were very nice, as well as a nice fitness room. The hotel is located right near a main highway in town, so we were never far from our destination. I will definitely book this hotel again the next time I visit our new family in Wichita!

We stayed here recently for a family wedding. Our extended family had a block of rooms, and we were probably about 30 people total. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but what really gave me a high opinion of the place was how nicely the staff treated us. Especially nice was that on Sunday morning, although breakfast officially ended at 9AM, they kept bringing food out as our party kept straggling in. I've been in many hotels, where the minute the witching our hit, there wasn't a crumb to be found, and the lights went off. (The only saving grace with the stingy hotels, is that usually the food is not something you'd go out of your way for anyway) But the food here was very good; scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits & gravy, waffles, etc. The extra time they gave us for breakfast was wonderful, as many of us had to leave for the airport by 10, and there wouldn't have been time to get everyone somewhere else for breakfast. Their hospitality was very much appreciated!

The hotel was nice, clean and had all the emenities I needed-internet, pool and hot tub. The breakfast was excellent and better than any other hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff, the room, the bed, and just everything was excellent! I will always stay at this hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very nice, big, clean room. Staff very pleasant and gave us a great recommendation for where to have dinner. We just needed a place to our head at night and this was perfect. Breakfast in the morning was excellent.

The staff was very accommodating as we arrived at 11 am way before check in time. They were able to get us a room early. The back side rooms were very quiet and quite new feeling. Parking was good and well lit. Even found a $100 in the parking lot! Would stay again and look for more money.

We got there after check in and still had to wait for our room otherwise it would have gotten a 5. The room was nice. The breakfast was actually ready early. We went in about 5:45 to get coffee and the food was ready. I like that because then I can get on the road even earlier. This is the second time we have stayed at this motel and I will stay at this place again.

Everything about the motel is great and a very special person there is Judy. Judy goes out of her way to ensure we have a great stay. All of our activity is on the west side of Wichita but the drive back and forth to this motel is worth every mile of he way. The accomodations and the cleanliness of the motel is the best we have been to;

The bed top is at least 30 inches from the floor. The side wall of the bathtub is at least 24 inches tall and their is not a slide in seat available. The hotel itself is fine. Nice decor, nice breakfast, nice staff. Clean and presentable.

Very comfortable stay. No issues. Excellent service. Every time a request was fulfilled. I couldn't be more pleased. The pool was just the right temperature for me. I do wish it didn't cost quite so much, with tax, etc it was over $100/night.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel in the last year. This time we booked a suite which was spacious and very clean. The free breakfast is a great value and saved us over a $100 during our 5 day stay. The manager and staff are very courteous and pleasant. The location is very convenient to McConnell Air Force base and numerous restaurants and stores. We will stay here again the next time we visit our Air Force daughter.

Visiting my parents (94, 93) in July, power goes out. Had to move to some place w AC at 9 p.m. Judy, Brenda, Mitch & Sonni could not have been more helpful. They had a handicap room cooling down for us when we arrived. Gave us razor, tooth brushes etc. All things we forgot in our hasty departure. High recommend them. Wheel chair accessible nice room.

This hotel was very nice from the first impression to check out process. Clean lobby, clean room and clean hallways. Staff was awesome, helpful about the area and friendly. Breakfast was hot and good. Location of hotel is easy to get too and easy access to sights of the town. Will stay again if in town.

Some times you just want a good night's sleep and are willing to pay for the privilege. At $125 a night including tax I got just that. and no more. The breakfast was abysmal, but then most hotels these days have an abysmal microwave/ prepackaged/ 100% high fructose corn syrup GMO filled carbohydrate rich breakfast. Check in and check out were efficient and friendly enough, but I really felt that I paid over $40 just for the Best Western name.

Great place to stay for our family reunion. Nice but affordable. Judy at the front desk was extremely helpful in coordinating the arrival of our various family members. She made this a great stay. We'll be back next year.

A very clean and comfortable hotel. Close to the expressway and dining facilities. The staff was very helpful and the services were good. People were very friendly and considerate. The information about the area was helpful We definitely would stay there again when traveling that way.

The hotel wasn't great, but it wasn't terrible either. I'd stay somewhere else in the future if I'm going to be in the Wichita area--especially for the price we paid for this hotel. The clerk was far too chatty about a guest's absurd phone call asking her to bring breakfast up the room when I was trying to check out. The room was stuffy and had a smell that was unpleasant, but we couldn't figure out what it was. The floor had a different smell that seemed odd. Breakfast was average. The hotel is in a somewhat isolated area near abandoned or out of business buildings.

Check in was a mess. Traveling with 3 other persons, I had booked a suite to take advantage of the fold down sofa bed. The hotel had called me earlier that same morning to discuss my suite location, so I knew that they had the correct reservation. When we arrived the desk clerk assigned me a standard two bed room. When I produced my printed reservation, all of a sudden she found the correct information and put us in a suite room. It was a rainy day. After an hour or so the smoke alarm in our room went off. It seems that water leaking into it from a roof leak set it off. They quickly moved us to another suite. When I lay down on the bed to read.... the bed was wet. Yep. Another roof leak. We were moved again into a third suite that was dry but had a broken strut on the sofa bed which caused the bed to sag. Too much trouble to report and move again. And this is supposed to be a Best Western Plus hotel. To be fair, after three moves, they discounted my room $50.00 for one night. Big deal. If you are traveling to Wichita, there are plenty of nice hotels in the area. Don't take a chance of a rain storm... pick another location.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the smoking that occurred on the same floor as our non-smoking room. The room circulated throughout the floor of other non-smoking rooms. My wife and I were so anxious to get out of this hotel as soon as possible.

We really enjoyed our one night stay at this Best Western Plus hotel in Wichita. It is a quality hotel with good staff and in a good location. Everything was as expected from this Plus hotel. The only thing that wasn't up to par was the waffle maker was broken!

Both my husband and I ached today after sleeping on the very firm mattress. there were a large number of children with escorts staying at the hotel, and everyone seemed ok that they were playing in the lobby (chase and hide and seek) at nearly 11pm. staff was aware but didn't quiet them down until i called. staff was friendly, the hotel was very clean. we didn't get up early enough to take advantage of the breakfast.

Not much to say as I was very tired from driving all day. Hotel staff were truly helpful with my directions there and getting a decent meal to eat. Located just of Kellogg and near many eating places. For the money it was what I needed at the time. They go out of there way to make you feel at home.

A good solid Best Western with a great east side location. This has been one my go to places for quality but a couple of problem areas were apparent on our last visit. The WiFi was almost unusable but the front desk saved the day by finding a cable I could plug into our laptop. Hopefully an unusual occurrence because it has been fine on past visits. Rooms are well furnished with quality chairs and desks. Beds are quite comfortable and room is quiet. Stool lid was loose, one of my pet peeves and something you should not find at a quality hotel.

A very clean attractive hotel with a friendly staff ready to help in any way. . The pool was refreshing with a bonus spa. A delicious breakfast in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious.

This was the best of the five Best Westerns we stayed at during our two week vacation. Clean room, quiet location, plenty of parking, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. This hotel really tries! I appreciated the little things like; clean floors, a bench to set my luggage on instead of the floor, book of hotel amenities and lots of counter space in the bathroom. The only hotel on this trip that was thoroughly clean!

This was my second trip to Wichita, so I decided to try a different hotel. Boy, am I glasd that I did. The rooms at this hotel are massive. That was fine with me since I always travel with lots of extra junk. The location is great. I was shocked to go to breakfast and find grits, a southern delicacy. I will definitely return.

Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, rooms were comfortable, but this is pretty much expected from a Best Western, no problems at all. Liked the fact that it had easy access to the 54, made it easy to continue our trip home the next morning.

We were only looking for a place to sleep for a night on the road and wanted clean and quiet. The highway was just outside but the room was fairly quiet. The location was easy to access and the hotel was fairly new so we had a good stay. The breakfast room was decent and the food adequate.

The motel overall appearance is clean and appealing. We arrived about an hour and a half before check in. Judy checked us in and we got a room immediately. She is friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable with plenty of outlets for cell phones and laptops. The bed was comfortable. The a/c unit was quiet. The room had a fridge, microwave and coffee. The gentleman at the desk overnight was very pleasant. The breakfast was good. The lady taking care of breakfast and the breakfast area was friendly and attentive to everyone's need. The only small negative is getting off on the right street to get to the motel, but it gave us an opportunity to see what was around in the area.

This hotel has an opportunity to be a great stay. I believe we just stayed, on a Monday, on the wrong day. The desk in the room and the accompanying chair were comfortable and positioned correctly except there was no light so the desk was useless. The bathroom tub shower apparatus had been replaced in a rather hap-hazard way. We found a wash cloth from a previous guest still hanging on the curtain rod. The tissue paper roller had been repaired but with a roller that was too small for the holes in the dispenser so the paper kept falling on the floor.

Had a great 4 day stay on business. Carpeting a little drab but otherwise a top notch hotel. Clean room, comfortable bed, attentive and friendly staff, good breakfast. Location was good with easy access to the main road. Good selection of eating establishments around. Very much worth the money.

Pros: great staff, spacious rooms/bathrooms, clean, plenty of water pressure and hot water, nice room amenities (fridge, microwave), very quiet, easy access to/from I-35, good breakfast selection. For the price, this hotel is a good value. Con: the mattress! The mattress was so hard that neither my husband nor myself were able to sleep well. We tossed and turned most of the night and woke up tired and sore. If you like a rock-hard firm mattress, then this is a good place to stay.

Everything worked, staff was great, breakfast was good. It was hard to figure out to get to the hotel. The side roads and crossing traffic took a little while to get used to. The only thing lacking with the breakfast was no hot chocolate. It was one of the better hotels we have stayed in throughout all of our vacations.

We were on our way back home and had been driving from San Antonio, TX and stopped for the night. Staff was very nice and helpful. Nice room to relax for the night. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.

The outside of this place is a little deceiving.. It doesn't look so very new but the inside is lovely! I tend to judge motels by their cleanliness and this one was top-notch, including swept hallways. Bathroom was also larger than most with long counter space by sink. I would definitly recommend and stay when we go again to Wichita. Location is superb, close to shopping and right along the highway.

It is a nice clean hotel. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Great location. I did not find it to be loud on the freeway side of the building as others had stated. The pool was intolerable absolutely freezing. The hot tub qas welcoming though. The breakfast was not the best but they had a decent selection and it's free so I can't really complain.

Rooms were booked away from busy Kellogg and together as requested. Hotel was very quiet and breakfast was great with hot entrees as well as fresh fruit. Beds were very comfy as well. A good place to stay if you want quiet and comfort.

Staff very friendly and helpful even at 10pm (our arrival time) we were very hungery and the desk clerk was very helpfull in refering 2 resturants that served a great hamberger at that time of night. We were just stopping for the night on our way to Oklahoma.

For the money... it can't be beat! Service is great! Staff is all very friendly and helpful! Everything was very well cleaned. I stayed for 5 days and slept great every night. Only 1 minor complaint, The wifi kicks you off when your device goes to sleep, so you have to re-log back in a lot. Other than that, great value stay!

We stayed in this hotel on our way from Minneapolis, MN to Austin, TX. Very easy access from Hwy 35 and close to restaurants, gas stations, etc. My wife is in a wheelchair and we were upgraded to a suite so she could have more room to maneuver. The room was large and clean, and the king sized bed was perfect with lots of pillows and extra blankets. Service was stellar. Everyone was very helpful, especially Judy. The breakfast was fantastic with fresh eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, and waffles in addition to the normal continental breakfast items. Would stay here again anytime. Thank you to everyone who made our visit a blessing.

My third visit to this location: Excellent facility, pleasant, helpful staff, best price for value. This hotel has everything you need; it's quiet, easy to get to, near large variety of eating establishments, and shopping opportunities. Breakfast offerings are good, and varied - gravy has plenty of sausage in it. Judy at the front desk helped me load my wheelchair bound mother every day into the car. She helped me load mom, wheel chair and our many bags on checkout! I do not recommend anywhere else in Wichita.

Very nice motel and stayed their on trip out and back to Ca. Desk clerk Judy was fantastic. She warned us about the bad weather. Roads were icy due to freezing rain. She suggested we might want to stay longer until weather conditions improved.

There was a woman that has made my check in and stay a relief. On this visit I walked in and I think her name is Linda, but she asked me how my day was I told her all I wants was a room because I was very sick. Linda took the time to take money out of her pocket and went to the machine and bout me some cold medicine and offered it to me. I accepted and within 20 minutes I was feeling much better. If that is against company policies to do that please don't get her in trouble or I wont come back. LOL but that meant a lot to me to have someone there that tried to make my stay relaxing and enjoyable. I have not found that at any other place that I have stayed. Now I always look forward to staying in Wichita. I usually stay at the Hilton In my business travels but now I will always make it a point to stay at this Hotel when coming to Wichita. Also I almost forgot. When I pulled up to the hotel I made my reservation while sitting in the parking lot on my company Concur. I went in and they didn't receive it yet but Linda and another young lady made it a point making calls to find that reservation fast. and for that I am grateful. I know your employees represents you and Linda and this young lady did a wonderful job. I would ask since I took the time to fill this survey out that you would please take the time to recognize these 2 employees. They really did go beyond what they were supposed to do and cared for their customers. I'm sure I'm not the only one that they treat this good. SO PLEASE REWARD THEM OR REGONIZE THEM!!!

This hotel is at the top of our list. Best breakfast we have ever had and every employee went out of there way. We have stayed at a few five star hotels and this hotel was comparable. We would recommend this to everyone. The cleanliness, the kind employees were exceptional. Best of all was the food and service at breakfast. Clean, variety, and very fresh. Management is to be commended for its staff.

Stay here every time i'm in Wichita KS, i stay here over 15 nights a year. The staff is friendly and helpful, the place is clean and well taken care of. The room internet works great and they even have an ethernet jack available.

Check in was smooth, rooms were clean and nice. Indoor pool was nice and warm and hot tub was hot.. Over all a very good stay. Breakfast was also a hit with the kids. Beds were comfortable and TVs were nice with a good picture. Close to many restaurants and shopping.

We stayed 2 separate nights here as we were coming and going to/from Omaha around the Holidays. The service was great (go front desk-Judy!) and the stay was comfortable. I enjoyed the good size of the room, the king bed, and the soft pillows. The TV was great and the WiFi reliable and the hot breakfast was done well. I didn't take advantage of the indoor pool or workout equipment on this trip but those areas look great as well. Overall, highly recommended.

The property is clean and well-maintained, but the true appeal of this hotel is the awesome staff. Every employee we came into contact with was friendly and helpful. From the front desk to the breakfast crew to housekeeping, you couldn't ask for more pleasant, helpful people. The hotel is a little confusing to get to the first time, but once you figure it out it's not difficult at all!

The staff at this motel were very friendly and helpful, especially Judy, who was on duty when we checked out. There was plenty of parking and brochures from several nearby restaurants that delivered. The staff was well-informed and helpful about choosing a place to order dinner on New Year's Eve.

Room and hallway decor may not be to your liking; it seems a little dated, not as contemporary as HIG or LaQ. But that's an individual thing and not really important. Staff was friendly and helpful. It snowed while we were there, and front desk person helped scrape and sweep the car windows of people checking out. Breakfast is good -- scrambled eggs, biscuits, sausage, gravy, dry cereal, toast, bagels, pastry, OJ, waffles. And the coffee, a regional brew, is outstanding. Room was clean and comfortable. TV remote seemed to have a mind of its own in changing channels and adjusting volume. It probably needed new batteries, but we were too lazy and staying for too short a time to worry about it. Facility is well-maintained. A cautionary note: the hotel is on the elevated frontage road on the north side of Kellogg. It's hard to see from a distance, and it's between a Super 8 and a Motel 6 that block the view. If you're not familiar with the area, and I am not, I'd suggest calling the front desk for specifics.

I stayed one night, it was a nice place, it was fine the only complaint was that the room smelled possibly of stale smoke, I wasn't sure, it could have been a worse smell. I did not smell it until I was in the room and it was nowhere else in the building.

The hotel was well kept. The staff was very helpful and showed eagerness. Every possible resource was readily available due to its great location. I would definitely recommend this hotel for either business or leisure travel.

We typically stay here when traveling to Wichita to visit our daughter at Wichita State University. It remains our favorite BW property in this area. The employees are wonderful, the rooms are great and the breakfasts are good. Judy, at the front desk, continues to show care and compassion for their guests, as well as everyone else that works there. I will still recommend this the best place to stay, close to the WSU campus.

I booked this hotel for the Garth Brooks concert my wife and I would attend on Dec. 5. It is close to Intrust Arena as well as several restaurants. Upon arrival at the property, we ran into a slight issue (more below), but checked in quickly and went to our room. The room was clean, had plenty of space, and the carpet/paint appear to have been updated in the last couple of years. All in all, a nice room for the money. Since the concert we attended was very late, we didn't have a chance to sample the other amenities of the hotel (pool, breakfast, etc.). Going back to the check-in, when we arrived I told the clerk I wanted to use a travel card Best Western had sent for $20 off the room rate (and had to be used by Dec. 15). The clerk informed me that she couldn't take a coupon because the hotel was fully booked (as I imagine most of the hotels were in the area, due to the concert). Not wanting to lose what might be the only available room around, I agreed to the rate without the $20 off. After checking out of the hotel, I contacted management to voice my displeasure about the issue. I don't have an issue with management not wanting to accept travel cards, but that policy should be made clear to the purchaser prior to purchase, which was not the case here. I'm pleased to say that Jason Madhu, the hotel's general manager, was very responsive to my issue. He informed me there was confusion by the clerk related to the difference between accepting travel cards and coupons. He agreed to make the issue right by having $20 posted to my credit card. I appreciate his attentiveness to customer service and speed at which he addressed the issue. If you are looking for a quality hotel for an affordable price to stay at in Wichita and near Instrust Arena, I recommend the Best Western Plus Eastgate Inn & Suites.

Every place in this motel was clean, everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful, and the hot breakfast was plentiful and nutritious. We had a logistic concern about where to leave our car during the day as we had met friends, stayed one night, and wanted to use only one car the next day. Judy, at the check in counter, encouraged us to sit and drink coffee in the reception area even though the breakfast buffet was closed and to leave one of the cars in their lot even though we were not going to be there another day. This was quite helpful to us. The price was right and we will stay there again when we return to Wichita. We did drive by the motel the first time but were able to make adjustments so that we returned to it without much difficulty.

The hotel was a decent value for the money and in a good location for our shopping trip, but the bed was harder than I would have liked and the water pressure in the shower was weak and took a while to get the shampoo out of our hair. Breakfast was ok as well.

This property is well located and easy acess to food and main highways. The room was well kept and the room was always made up in a timely manner. A great place to stay when in Wichita. I would recommed this property to all who need a place to stay on the east side of town.

I want to recognize the front desk employee Jan who went above and beyond to accommodate my father and I during our cross country trip from Phoenix, AZ to Milwaukee, WI. Best Western Plus Wichita, KS was our midway point and we arrived late to be greeted by a welcoming and professional Jan. Since we were leaving at 5am, an hour before breakfast is normally served, Jan made the effort to prepare some breakfast items in advance just for our early departure. Her customer service and accommodation for us was greatly appreciated and I wish her nothing but the best in the future. She is a wonderful human being and a great employee for Best Western Plus! Easy access, good location and very clean. Our stay was only for one night, but the inside of the building was very clean. Loved the big bathroom too. Bed was a little hard, but we made it through the night. Breakfast was okay...except for the sausages and biscuits. Sausage wasn't even luke warm at best...some of the biscuits were hard as a rock. I would stay again, but may eat out for breakfast.

Overall cleanliness of the hotel was very good. Indoor pool and Jacuzzi is well maintained. Fitness center isn't bad but could use an updated treadmill. At other BW's they have had more options when it comes to beverages (water in the lobby and different flavored creamers), this one did not. Easy access on and off of Kellogg.

Love Judy and I love this place, the pool was nice looking but did not use. Beds are nice rooms are clean and nice. Just to let everyone know I have stayed in all the Best Westerns in Wichita and this is the best one to stay at.

As I got closer to the hotel I was a bit worried. There is a VERY busy interstate and vacant buildings around. It is next to a Motel 6 and a Super 8, which fit the "feel" a bit better. I will give the long-version of my issue with management so they don't reply with something made up.. I booked my room through Priceline. I opened the door, saw it was one king bed, turned around if kindly asked the front desk if she could switch it. She told me they could not, but I could call Priceline and they could. I did as I was told and was put on hold while Priceline called the front desk. They came back to the line and said the hotel was at less than 50% capacity, but the manager refused to change my room type because I had already dirtied the room. I asked if it was fully the hotel's decision at this point and she said yes. I went up to the front desk and asked that she get the manager on the phone. I spoke with Jason Madhu, the General Manager, and explained I literally stepped in the room and had not touched a single thing- not used the toilet, sink, hadn't even sat on the bed. He told me he could charge me a housecleaning fee and switch the room. He also offered that I could cancel the room, but I would need to contact Priceline, which he and I both knew was against their policy. In the end I asked if I could book a second room and they quoted me $96, which was $40 over any online site. As for the hotel building itself, there is a lot of road noise due to the cheap, thin windows, but it is decently acquainted and updated.

The price was good. Breakfast was good. Internet was fast. Felt safe there. It was clean and well kept. Pool and hot tub were awesome. All the staff was friendly and nice. It was very quite at night, had no problem getting to sleep. The outside was well lit up and safe. Check in and out was a breeze.

My boyfriend, his sister and her husband recently stayed here for a trip in Wichita. The hotel was clean and was pretty modern. Staff was very friendly and we had no issues checking in. Breakfast was okay, I would recommend getting there earlier than we did, but we wanted to sleep in so what can you do? The only complaint I would maybe have is that the check-in staff was not too up on what was going on in the city. Had some idea, but not a very hip crowd. Which is fine it is always nice to hear what the local people are doing. Overall a very nice stay and I would stay here again if I find myself back in Wichita.

Hi, Best Western The reservation over the phone was easy and quick. The hotel in Wichita was great. the facility and staff were great. We were forced from our home due to an emergency in our home. I called this BW ( it was only a short drive away) to make a reservation. The man on duty was sympathetic to our situation and reserved us a room, finding us a discount in the process! At the hotel this same man checked us in and sped us through the check-in procedure at (12:30 a.m.) while quickly listing the hotel amenities and even making sure we were credited our BW reward points. The hotel was very nice, clean and our room was modern and comfortable. Our stay was only a few hours but our contact with this one outstanding employee made our very stressed-filled time a little easier.

Good location, clean room, fast check in. However, front desk lady at check in wasn't focused on us, she was more interested in her phone I believe. We went on our way to the second floor room. Then used the pool which was somewhat cloudy, maybe a bit dirty. The spa/hot tub was bad. We turned the timer on and bubbles came up from only two pumps as if it was clogged otherwise. Water temperature was too hot and the tub was tiny. Not good. The morning staff was too loud I could hear them talking and laughing downstairs. Also during the night we heard a terribly loud noise as if they were moving furniture. It woke us up. Adding to our negative experience, the toilet seat was loose and the sink drain was clogged. Nasty. Breakfast was wonderful, good selections, seemed fresh, good fruit options. However, we didn't get what we paid for overall, we might as well have stayed next door at the motel 6.

Everything about the hotel is great. Judy always makes our stay fun and just great. The breakfast is the best of all Best Westerns We always look forward to our stay here. This hotel lacks nothing. The location is also great for anyone traveling on the Kansas Turnpike,

The rooms were very nice and spacious, facility was clean, and the breakfast was good. The hotel is located right off I-35W on the access road so fairly easy on and off access. Staff was friendly. Lots of eating places nearby.

We really enjoyed our visit to this hotel. The room and bathroom were larger than most other hotels. We stayed on the third floor, backside of the hotel, and our night was SO QUIET that I wondered if they had any other guests (which they did). The breakfast - especially the biscuits and gravy were delicious!

I called from the road and spoke to Judy who went out of her way to get the manager's approval to accept a discount coupon we had...Thanks Judy!! The hotel was almost new and very nice...had good pool and hot tub. Great breakfast buffet in morning. We had dinner at BJ's restaurant and brewery right down the road and it was excellent. One of our best stays in 25 days on the road!

We stay here at least once a month for the weekend, to see our kids that live here. Jason and his staff are excellent, friendly and we have never been disappointed. Indoor pool and hot tub are great after a long car ride. We have even been here during sports events when teams are staying here and it is always quiet and peaceful .

Clean, beds comfortable, breakfast average. Staff friendly and helpful. A llttle difficult to get to while traveling west to east. One negative was entrance at west door needed cleaning. .foodstuffs crushed on floor at door. Area needed to be swept.

Stayed three nights, very quiet, nice rooms, friendly staff, the only name I caught was Judy at checkout, she was especially friendly! The only downside to this facility is poor accessibility due to pending road construction, but this should be remedied soon, and it is no fault of Best Western.

The hotel was nice and clean. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. We were just there for a quick overnight stay, but all of the extras were available for use. Our room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. It was a very nice stay.

This hotel was comfortable, had a decent breakfast, and caring staff. They have fresh hot Gravy and biscuits, with Eggs and Potatoes for breakfast along with the standard waffle's you can make and all the pastries and yogurts that you can normally find at a continental breakfast. Judy the Front desk attendant was very personable and went out of her way to help get me a room. Over all it was a great stay.

We had an awesome stay, thanks to Judy! She helped with our arrangements over the phone and she was able to accommodate our requests. We encountered other friendly staff at check-in & during breakfast. Speaking about breakfast, it was extremely clean, organized and the biscuits were warm and yummy! The property and room were also clean and organized. The location was great for going to Towne East Mall, Costco, and it was not far to hop on Route 96 & get to the 13th st. Warren Theater. Restaurants and shops were all around!

This hotel is unassuming on the outside and parking lot is not large but has always been adequate. Inside the quality shows and it is very clean, tidy, quiet, with a daily paper, and a good breakfast. Access from the highway is not necessarily obvious, but once you done it, it is easy. Hotel is visible so not hard to find.

A bit difficult to find but worth the effort. We had a king room on the first floor. Easy in and out through the lobby. Comfortable bed, clean room, great water pressure in the shower. Bathroom was large with exceptional counter space around the sink. Bright, clear Samsung TV with many cable choices. They had the best breakfast selections of our 20 day trip.
