« One of my favourites »

I stay in a lot of Motels throughout the year. This one is up with the best in my Country Trips throughout the State. Ticks all the boxes in what I look for, Large Room with Balcony, Great Food, Quiet , Sensational A.H. Beard Bed, Appliances that actually work, Garage for Car, Located minutes from Town. Don't get to Wagga that often but will definitely stay here again.

    « Very spacious »

Recently spent three nights at this great three bedroom apartment . The apartment was huge. Main bedroom with ensuite , 2nd bedroom with queen bed & 3rd bedroom had four single beds . Equipped with laundry , full kitchen/dining & lounge room . Lovely outdoor area & double garage . Really close to town . Would reccommend for Large family . Very clean & comfortable .

« Best Western Wagga Wagga »

This was my first time staying at a Best Western Hotel, Wagga Wagga. I found the staff were very proffessional. The room was clean and well presented. I was extremely happy with the very fast internet speed. I will stay there again.

    5
    « Great stay »

Nice hotel near the centre of Wagga. King beds were extremely comfortable and the restaurant also had great food. The rooms were modern and well appointed. Parking was convenient. Will defiantly stay again.

    « Comfort and space »

Oversized rooms and comfort are what I enjoy and the Best Western in Wagga Wagga delivered. Amenities are suitable for business or pleasure. The best feature had to be the bed. Travelling a lot for business, I can rate this as one of the best rooms for comfort across Australia.

    « "SOOOOOOO NOISY" »

If you love hearing people shut car doors, thumping around their rooms, drinking out the front late at night then this is the hotel for you - but if you are like me and want peace and quiet look elsewhere. Walls are paper thin, bathroom wasn't the cleanest and there was dust on the bedside tables. I have no positives for this hotel and at nearly $200 a night for a superior room it was well over priced. Do your research as there are a lot of hotels in Wagga.

« Walking Distance to the Main Street in a Quiet Location »

Stayed here twice on a trip to and from Victoria. All rooms are on ground level and are modern and spacious. Although the bathrooms are small, they are spotlessly clean and well designed for the small space. Well stocked mini bar and well equiped kitchen. Walking distance to the main street in a quiet location.

    « Comfy bed »

We stayed two nights over the long weekend and we're lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite. We were worried about road noise as looked over the road however we were not bothered by it at all. The pluses were a huge very comfy bed that I wanted to bring home with me. Big bathroom, large bedroom with tv good storage and robes! The kitchen was large as was the fridge. It was good to have a second tv. Three things detracted from the overall loveliness of the suite the couch was just a two seater so not so comfy and no foot rests so the coffee table gets used for feet. Would love to have had a bit more crockery and larger dinner plates. The suite had sliding doors in both rooms but sadly the courtyard overlooked was shaggy with weeds and had no landscaping so every time I looked out I felt disappointed. These were just minor annoyances though. Staff were great and room service breakfast delivered on time was a real treat! I would happily have spent a week there.

    « Very Good Hotel »

Stayed for one night at the beginning of October long weekend. Prior to our arrival, the hotel contacted us to make sure we were still coming - a bit odd, but given the long weekend, I suppose it was understandable. Maddie, the receptionist on duty when we arrived, was very friendly and welcoming. She was by herself and in the time I was standing at reception, the phone did not stop ringing ! She was clearly under pressure and extremely busy, but to her credit she was calm and very professional. She is a credit to the property. The rooms we had were n the motel section and were a good size. The king size bed was VERY comfortable and made for a good nights sleep. The bathroom was more than adequate and the kitchenette area had everything you would need. Ordered room service breakfast which was fine. The tea was cold - but you expect that unless you are the first delivery of the morning. Overall a very pleasant stay.

    « everything we needed »

A central motel, all rooms are ground level with parking right outside the rooms, but parking is inside the motel enclosure so secure. Very quiet. Good service. Walking to main street and shops. Having a delux room was good because it had a microwave and a toaster, so we made our own meals there most of the time so saved money. Very comfortable bed.

« Good Motel near city centre. »

Older style motel where you can park in front of your room, with a short walk to the main shopping area. Very large rooms with king beds, toaster, microwave, tea and coffee making and basic cutlery and crockery. Dishwashing detergent was not supplied which made it difficult to wash dishes. Rooms are non smoking but other guests smoking outside the door was annoying. Room makeup on our in between days was a bit below standard, dishes were rinsed but not dried. Still a good motel and staff were very helpful and friendly, we will definitely stay here again.

« Quality rooms, good location »

Rooms are well off the street so nice and quiet. Staff very efficient and welcoming. Motel is convenient to Wagga Main Street. Rooms are well appointed and well presented, very comfortable but in the rooms our group had the bathrooms were quite tight, we all commented that for such a nice motel with such generously proportioned bedrooms the bathroom space allocation was disappointing. However bathrooms were spotless and well fitted out, just a bit short on space, and certainly not a deal breaker for an overnight stay.

« Huge clean and quiet rooms »

Have stayed at this motel a few times now and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. The staff at reception are fabulous, the rooms are huge, clean and quiet with comfy beds. We also ate breakfast in the restaurant which was beautiful. Highly recommended.

    4
    « Everything you need »

The hotel apartments are stylishly furnished, well equipped and comfortable. We are staying here for eight days, so the kitchen, washer and dryer become very useful. Lovely spacious living area and comfy pillow top beds offer a well rested nights sleep. Location is great as it is a short walk to shopping centres and restaurants. There is a restaurant on the premises that offers fine dinning cuisine.

    4
    « Good country hotel »

A really nice hotel with clean modern rooms that are very spacious indeed far more so than I expected. Located in a nice part of town it is a little walk to facilities but is quiet and has a good atmosphere.

« Have to recommend this accommodation. »

We booked for one night and at quite short notice. Couldn't fault our room with parking at the door, a king size bed, and every convenience including a kitchenette and I think the wifi was free too. The shower was even just right. Price was very reasonable as well. We dined in the on site Roundabout Restaurant and it was superb! The staff were friendly, helpful and didn't take plates until we had both finished. The food was delicious! It all sounded so tempting which made it difficult to select, but I had the duck breast on a bed of risotto which was cooked to perfection (for duck.) and my husband had the pork which looked and tasted good too. The wine list was adequate with some nice wines available by the glass too. I just need an excuse to return to Wagga and stay and dine here again.

« Need to be an Eskimo »

It was in a cold spell, but the room was uninsulated and the aircon set at 30 degrees heat would not keep up. We spent the night at -12C. Forget it Winter or Summer. Staff were great however, but will never stay again in winter or summer.

    5
« Great restaurant and room. »

I am usually a little wary of country hotels, but this establishment has ticked all the boxes. Staff are very friendly and indeed helpful. The restaurant offers a comprehensive and creative menu produced from local ingredients. Our room was well appointed and comfortable. We will be back!

    5
« Free upgrade, very comfortable »

On booking in was given a free upgrade to a 2-bedroom apartment from a queen double. The apartment was fantastic, near new and very comfortable with a proper kitchen en-suite and bathroom. Great value.

    5
« Welcoming, clean and comfortable »

Stayed here last night. We didn't have a booking, which was no problem. Reception upgraded us at no charge to an apartment, which meant we had at our disposal a king size bed, 2 large singles, and a double bunk. Two bathrooms and a full size kitchen. Saved money by cooking dinner. Had a very comfortable sleep. I will stay here again if ever in Wagga Wagga. And the staff were very helpful, polite and efficient. Thank you. And they even had individual lock-up garages for the apartment guests.

    « Nice and quiet »

We really enjoyed our stay here. The price was very reasonable and the room was large. It looked to be recently refurbished and looked quite nice. The service was great and I hear the restaurant is great. I would recommend this place as it is close to everything, fresh, well priced and just easy.

« Will definitely stay here again!! »

My sister and I came down for a weekend away from Sydney to visit our brother in Wagga. We booked our stay at the last minute with the Best Western on wotif.com. It didn't look like much from the website, all we were expecting was a bed in a room. We were so pleasantly surprised to find the room big (very big!) With a very comfy king bed, lounge area, and dining area in our room, foxtel channels, and a fantastic shower with excellent water pressure. All a 5 min walk into the centre of town too! The staff service during our 2 night stay has been faultless. They are always cheerful and smiling (so refreshing!) And they even kindly called us when our door ticket to say please do no disturb blew off our door to check what our preference was whilst we were out. The roundabout restaurant above the reception area was also 5 star quality. Absolutely sensational - definitely eat here if you are after a good place to eat quality food in wagga! Very very happy with our stay, will definitely stay again!

    4
    « Good mid-range accommodation »

This motel is worth a visit. Professionally run in a competitive Tarcutta street it provides comfortable rooms and dining and laundry facilities in an off-road setting just minutes from the city centre. The bed was great and the room had a toaster despite the in house dining breakfast options! One to remember if travelling through Wagga Wagga.

    4
    « Marching Out Parade »

We went there for our sons Marching Out Parade. We booked a One Bedroom Apartment for us (3 nights) and a Superior King for the grandparents (4 nights). The apartment was a fantastic, large size for us all to meet in for drinks etc. It was over the road from the main reception and had a flight of stairs for access. The grandparents loved their room (reception side of road, no stairs) and said the bed was the most comfortable they've stayed in. The staff were extremely helpful and lovely to deal with. It's close enough to walk to the main street with shops/restaurants etc. Would recommend to stay here.

    5
    « Slept on a cloud »

I had the most amazing sleep in a bed made of clouds and heavenly awesomeness. The staff were warm and inviting, the room was wonderfully presented and the shower was fantastic. The restaurant was not open but was not a bother as the hotel is located close to the main strip. I would definitely stay again

    3
    « Dissapointing »

Staff were great with general check in/out but could not handle the problem of a smell in the room. They came and pored disinfectant down the drains, apologised for the smell then left. They did not follow up on the issue or offer a different room

    3
« Good Location- Average Accommodation »

Stayed here for a few nights while doing night work. I did ring up for room service just after 9pm and the kitchen was already closed. Average stay, room service was hit and miss as some mornings they would refill my refreshments and other mornings they wouldn't.

    5
« Great quality, excellent service »

I am always very happy with the service at the hotel, the employees always go out of their way to ensure your stay is a good one. The beds a very comfy and the food is absolutely delicious. Very close to local shopping precinct and local community attractions. Very easy to locate when arriving into Wagga. I would highly recomend anyone to stay.

    5
    « Great stay »

Stayed only 1 night but would have loved to stay longer. Huge bed, fantastic breakfast, great service. The location is close walking distance to town, pubs and restaurants. 10 min drive to University. I have stayed elsewhere but will return here as the room was quiet, large and had all amenities. Having a huge breakfast in the restaurant was worth it on a Sunday morning.

« Quiet, Comfortable and Really Good »

Definitely a great place to stay in Wagga. I have returned many times to this hotel and it's always a great experience. The rooms are large and clean and really quiet. The restaurant and breakfast also very good

« Keep warm in Wagga during winter »

This motel was comfortable fortunately it had electric blankets in the bed and a good working heater. the only draw back was the smell of mildew coming from the bathroom when we walked in - nevertheless it lessened when we put the heater on.

    4
    « Fine - no complaints »

Staff were great. Helped resolve a complex challenge of my pc not connecting to the wifi at all....close to shops and clean and neat. Bed was super-comfy, but it was a little pricey for what you get though and there is no dedicated area for smokers to go so most smoke on the patio out the front of the rooms from what I could see....Overall, it was a good place though.

    4
    « Spacious room - great restaurant! »

I chose the hotel based on price, but would return again for the great room layout and excellent restaurant. A local colleague recommended the Roundabout Restaurant and it is well above my expectation of motel in-house dining. I spent a lot of time in the room working and it was very well suited. Free and robust wifi, comfortable desk and chair, seating area with 3 armchairs, cozy dining table for 2, with lots of room to move around. Very comfortable bed.

    5
    « Pleasantly surprised »

We stayed here as a part of a sporting group and found this place to be great value for money. Rooms were modern and clean. The staff were lovely. Every staff member seemed to enjoy their job and housekeeping were fantastic and friendly. I really liked the fresh milk each day. Some of the group stayed in the apartments and these were just as nice. The hotel is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the main shopping district and food outlets.

    5
    « Overnight Stay »

Staff were pleasant, room was comfortable and well equipped and the bed was so comfortable. The Hotel "Roundabout" Restaurant was recommended by a local friend and our dinner there was excellent. Happy to recommend this hotel.

« Best best I have stayed for a while »

Decided to stay overnight here in room 1 and so far this has been the nicest double room we stayed in during our trip to Brisbane. The price was good, the room was clean warm and comfortable.Have stayed in a few hotels in Wagga and have either been overpriced for a short stay or had some minor negatives. Will be more than happy to stay here again and the staff helped book another best western for the next leg of the trip.

    4
    « Value for money »

value for money, in the heart of Wagga. we stayed for 2 nights in 0 degree weather, air con was a life saver. we had a lil who made mess which was duly cleaned up. pretty pleased :) location is very central to the town centre, petrol station and local shops.

    5
« The place to stay in Wagga »

I had reviewed everything in Wagga on Tripadvisor before booking the Best Western. It was great. We got a 2 bedroom apartment because they didnt have any single rooms left. It was a really good value and we were able to spread our stuff out and get our laundry done as it had washer & dryer. The king bed was nice and comfy, pillows were a bit soft for us but did the job. There was lots of storage for extended stays in both bedrooms. The black out curtains did a pretty good job, but still let a little sunshine in. The kitchen was fully equipped and could have made full meals there but opted to eat at the Roundabout Restaurant or with our relies. Note they only clean the apartments week days, which is fine if you don't mind straightening up after yourself. There were two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a tub/shower. There was a balcony with a table & chairs to enjoy the weather. It would had been perfect for 2 couples or a family as the living room had lots of space, not to mention 3 TVs so no fighting over what to watch. It was very spacious and well maintained. We were very happy to find a garage that locked for our rental car for security. We really enjoyed our stay there and plan on returning one day.

    5
    « Family visit »

Third time my family has stayed in this hotel. We have each time been extremely pleased. Very comfortable for my husband myself and our four kids. Family rooms really well set up and great value. I was really pleased that the portacot I requested was already made up!! Simple things make such a difference to busy families. The bathroom was really clean! It's also within walking distance to the main shopping strip and I love that. I definitely recommend it.

    « Trip to Wagga »

This is the second time we have stayed here and we weren't disappointed. The rooms are clean warm and spacious. The checkin was a breeze and staff friendly. We had breakfast at the Roundhouse and it was great. We will return next time we're in Wagga.

« Excellent room, pity it wasn't serviced at all »

Positive features * the standard room is very large and clean * wifi is free and fast * fridge, microwave, jug and toaster in standard room * aircon works well Negative features * the front desk lady on duty on the afternoon of Sunday 29 May didn't think it was necessary to cover her mouth while coughing in my general direction. * on Monday 30 May the room was not serviced (i.e. bed not made, bins not emptied, consumables not replenished etc) despite my having put out the sign on the door handle at 11 am asking for it to be serviced and returning at 5 pm. * when at 5 pm on Monday 30 May I drew this to the attention of one of the two front desk ladies on duty (the one who was not on duty on the afternoon of Sunday 29 May), she firstly checked (at my request) whether I was entitled to have the room serviced on the rate plan which I was on. I paid $140 per night. She said that yes, the room should have been serviced. * the same person then proceeded to tell me that the rooms are automatically serviced unless the guest puts out a sign asking for them to not be serviced, so when they saw the sign, the cleaning staff would naturally have thought that I was asking for the room not to be serviced. She asked me not to do it again. So I was evidently meant to conclude that it was my fault, which she did not actually state, but she clearly implied that I had caused the problem by putting out the sign unnecessarily. For some reason, I didn't apologise at the time and I am still stubbornly refusing to apologise now. * there was a slight sewerage smell emanating from the bathroom drain at all times, even though the toilet worked well at all times. It was sufficient to keep the bathroom door closed to stop the smell from coming into the room. Conclusion If the front desk staff was of the same standard as the physical property, this would rate considerably higher than the overall "average" which I am giving it.

    5
« One of the cleanest room I've ever stayed in. »

My husband and i stayed here in mid May and was very impressed as soon as I walked into the motel. Staff very friendly, large room which was extremely clean. Bathroom was large and also very clean. Blockout heavy drapes made it easy to have a nice sleepin. Would highly recommend this motel.

    5
« Great place to base yourself »

This hotel always meets our expectations when we are on the road with large well appointed rooms, comfortable large beds and a great work station and lounge area. The breakfast is also first class either in the restaurant or room service and the friendly reception staff are always helpful. We will always stay here when on business or pleasure whenever in the Riverina area.

    5
    « A Wonderful Wagga hotel »

Stayed here for just one night on our way from Melbourne to the Sunshine Coast. We stayed in the motel rather than the apartments which are directly across the road. The room was very fresh, clean and quiet and the bed extremely comfortable. We ate dinner in the property's Roundabout Restaurant which was excellent, as was breakfast the next morning. Staff at reception and in the restaurant were efficient and friendly. Plenty of parking is available on site. The motel is within walking distance of the shopping area and a stroll to the lovely Murrumbidgee River. Will stay here again if we're passing through and would highly recommend it to others.

« Great Stay in Wagga Wagga »

First business trip in a new job. Arrived exhausted to a welcoming spacious room and a comfortable nights sleep. Room service prompt n fairly yummy. Friendly helpful staff. Close to other restaurants n city centre. Worth checking out

    « Modern and comfortable »

We booked this motel online while driving to Wagga Wagga. They had an online deal luckily which made it slightly cheaper otherwise I would not have booked it. The room was large spacious clean and comfortable. The shower and bed were great which is important to me. Fairly close to town which is good.

« Great place to stay for on our way to Sydney »

Driving from Melbourne to Sydney with an 8 week old baby and we decided to break up the trip with a stay in Wagga Wagga. Couldn't have been happier with this hotel from the very start. They communicated with us all the way through as we had to organise a port-cot for the baby(only an additional $10). We arrived and reception was very helpful, even gave us some fresh milk. The room was a good size, with a small kitchenette. We didn't use the restaurant but it looked nice and busy. An easy stroll to the town centre and easily accessible. Great place, will stay here again.

    4
    « clean,comfortable and convenient »

Rooms are adequately clean, comfortable and modern. Access to shops and restaurants is very close. Beds are large and very comfortable. Bathroom is clean and fresh, although small. Sufficient facilities are available to cater for yourself.

    « Pristene and spacious »

I booked the superior king room, which I think by technicality was the most basic, it was huge, pristine and cleaned everyday, properly. I didn't have to ask for my sheets to be changed and they vacuumed during my stay. The internet was phenomenal. I was able to park right outside my room. I couldn't hear my neighbours. Bottled water and wine in the fridge ( yes, at a cost but still so handy!) Service was great and they stayed back for my late check in. I can't fault anything about my stay.

    4
« Nice place to stay. »

The accommodation was actually an apartment, complete with its own washer and dryer. Only cleaned 3 days a week, and not on the weekends. Could be more often for the price. A/C caused some difficulty, leaking water quite badly, started Friday night and I'm not sure if it was ever looked at until after we left. Still leaking 4 days later, but no one concerned except us.

    5
« Fantastic modern apartments, with all the amenities you need in a fantastic location! »

I spent three nights in a two bedroom apartment over Easter. Having stayed in hotels and apartments all over the world it's safe to say this particular property is of the highest quality. Whether you are travelling for business or pleasure this place will have you covered. The rooms themselves are incredibly clean and fully stocked with kitchen appliances, cleaning products, laundry facilities and ample storage space. I was surprised with the size of the apartment considering it's central location and great price. A huge open plan kitchen/living area with two bedrooms tucked away down the hall. The bathrooms are a great size not to mention the master bedroom en suite with a spa. A good sized balcony with outdoor patio set. The staff do an excellent job at keeping this place in great condition. Check in and out was smooth, friendly staff and a magnificent restaurant are just a few reasons our stay was so wonderful. The location makes it really easy to head in and out of town by foot, but parking is available if you have a car. We were able to cook meals as there is a full kitchen. Felt right at home, would recommend this place to anybody who is staying long term or just for a few nights.

« stayed Easter night (a year ago) »

I was passing through from Hay on my way to Canberra and stayed the night at BEST WESTERN PLUS Charles Sturt Suites. The room was very nice : large, comfortable and quiet. It was Easter night so no shops were open (although I did find a petrol station where I could get a litre of milk). The front desk was helpful too. They directed me to the Thirsty Crow for dinner so I didn't go hungry on Easter and they had a small bowl of chocolate Easter eggs at reception. Thank you for the chocolate and a very enjoyable stay!

    « Comfortable Room - Great Restaurant! »

We had a 2-night stay here in early March. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished. The real stand-out at this motel was the restaurant. It far surpassed the standard motel restaurant - in fact, if I lived in Wagga I would go out of my way to dine at this restaurant often. The quality of the food was excellent and the service was extremely friendly. Would highly recommend this to other travellers.

    5
    « Dinner is 5 star!! »

Very pleasant reception staff, room was clean & large. It was an apartment with kitchen, more than pleasant. Although you dont need the kitchen as the dinner -lamb was just beautiful!! Will definitely stay here again.

« COMFORTABLE ROOM, GOOD RESTAURANT with GLUTEN FREE options. »

So many accomadation options offered in Wagga Wagga, but very pleased we decided on Best Western Plus, GOOD value for $. Room well presented and bedding comfortable and quiet location away from traffic noise. Was very pleased to see Breakfast Menu at restaurant offers many GF options. We were upgraded to family suite, which would be ideal for family of five.

    « Family Adventure »

First night here and feel compelled to say something about the hotel and staff... and that is that the hotel (1 bed family room) is fantastic! Clean, well made up and well and truly functional for my wife and I and miss 9 and miss 5 and miss 1 x two (twins)... We asked for a portacot to be in the room on arrival and most of the time this is forgotten, not only was it set up in the room ready to go, it was the cleanest and neatest little cot I have seen in a hotel. Whoever made it either has kids of their own or just really cares and is proud about the work they do! We ordered room service dinner which was ok, maybe a little too restaurant pricey for a family and the choices a bit too heavy, but on the flip side I wasn't even thinking we might be able to get room service so it was a bit of a bonus after a 6 hour car journey with 4 kids! The shower superb, bath nice and deep and just the right length for shorty me. Also free wifi is great and fast 13mbs on Speedtest.net (yes nerd here checked!) Definitely would recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again. Last but not least the chap delivering room service a very friendly & helpful chap! Stayed 26/02/2016

    « Brilliant! »

We visited this hotel just for a 2 night stay and its immaculate. The roundabout restaurant serves excellent food and all the staff are very friendly. It is close to the main shopping area and the beds are soooo comfortable and even the shower was lovely. The guest laundry is available after 2.30 which is no problem but does cost 4 dollars. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

    « Comfortable King »

I thought the King size bed in the executive room was very comfortable. The room was large and quite adequate for our overnight stay, however the air-conditioning was struggling to get the room cool... maybe a large room should have a more powerful aircon. Overall a good place to stay.

« One of the Best!!! »

After a long drive to get to Wagga Wagga, it's always nice to be welcomed by genuine friendly staff at reception. The rooms are modern and very comfortable and the beds are really awesome and I always look forward to a good nights rest. Food is very fancy and upmarket but it's a nice change when compared to some of the ordinary meals at other motels.

« Most comfortable beds ever! »

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights for a weekend away. I was impressed with the discount for booking more than 2 weeks in advance. The booking process was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. You can claim Qantas frequent flyer points if you book through the motel's own website, or over the phone. The beds are amazing. They are so soft and yet still supportive. Husband and I agreed they were the best we'd ever slept on. Pillows were great too. Lots of free toiletries, plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits - these were all restocked during our stay. Free wifi with good reception. Shower pressure wasn't great, but there was plenty of hot water. The restaurant is high class - quite expensive but the food is spot on for the price. Easy walking distance to the main street. We will definitely stay here again.

« Great for a short stay in Wagga »

Stayed here with a mate for 2 nights while visiting friends in Wagga Wagga and it was a lovely place to stay. Clean, comfortable room with a little kitchenette (plus tea making facilities) and decent bathroom.

« Great motel in all respects »

This motel was very nice. Modern style, very comfortable, roomy, clean, great price. Big shower, comfortable bed, quiet location a bit out of the central town but in a motel precinct and walkable to a pub for dinner. Will stay again.

    « Generous and Clean »

We stayed at this motel on our last night after a long road trip. The room was large, clean and with really comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We had stayed in many hotels on our trip and this was up there with the best of them. We ordered breakfast in our room, the Bircher muesli was amazing. It wasn't out of a packet and had been carefully prepared by someone who knows what they are doing. Would stay there again

« Comfort to the max. »

I stayed in a suite over xmas/boxing day whilst visiting friends and familu for the xmas break. Room was great, comfortable bed and ample pillows, great water pressure for the shower and ice cold air conditioning to beat off that Wagga summer heat. Very reasonably priced and the front desk stagg were nice to deal with. Will stay here again and I highly recommend it.

Cannot recommend highly enough. Room was perfect and cleanliness was outstanding. The bed was the most comfortable we had ever slept in. The grounds were beautifully kept and the staff wonderful. Would never stay anywhere else when in the area!!

« Clean and friendly welcome »

If traveling to/fro MEL to SYD on a road trip, a definite stop in for a comfy sleep for a family of four plus. Registrar at check-in was lovely, friendly and helpful. Family suite was roomy for 2 teenagers ??. Didn't get a chance to try pool or restaurant but glad to have option and free wi-Fi.

« Motel was good but plumbing was poor »

We stayed here for our daughters graduation in three rooms. I had to move my mother immediately as her room emalt of sewage. Our room smelt and so did my daughters. We were able to air ours out a little and it was tolerable until the plumber came to fix my mothers old room and my daughters room became intolerable with the smell. They clearly have plumbing issues. The staff were helpful with this and relocated my mum to a room without issues. We just got the three worst rooms I believe. The rooms otherwise were adequate motel rooms. The kitchenette was small and not well positioned but did have a microwave which was more than most have. The motel is relatively close to the lower end of town and within a couple of blocks of major coles and Woolies shops. I would stay here again but in different rooms.

    « Atmosphere & Beautiful Food »

I recently stayed at Best Western Charles Sturt Suites and apartments. It was a wonderful experience as it has been on previous experiences. We had dinner there and as soon as we entered the newly renovated Restaurant it was pure quality and warmth. The food was a lovely compliment and our accommodation was excellent. This is the second time we have all met in Wagga and the second time we have stayed here. It will certainly not be our last. From the moment we checked in we felt at home, and special. This experience is definitely a must do. It will become a favourite weekend away.

« Friendly staff, modern, clean and quiet. »

The staff was friendly and helpful on arrival. The apartment was clean and modern with fully stocked mini bar. The Hotel is positioned in a quiet location, away from the main road and traffic noise but still close to the city centre. Will stay here again.

    « Clean and Convenient »

Very nice hotel situated close to the town center. Very friendly staff. We were offered the serviced apartment across the street, which was spacious, clean and very comfortable, with large living room including TV and DVD player. The master bedroom also had a TV and DVD player. Not sure about the second bedroom, as it was locked. Wifi service could have been better, but was adequate for our purposes. All in all, a very nice stay.

« Brilliant Accommodation and an Amazing Restaurant »

This is the second time I have stayed at Best Western and I just love it. The suite accommodation is roomy, luxurious, open plan with an amazing comfy huge modular leather lounge in a generous size lounge room, TV's, fully appointed kitchen, beautiful bathrooms and a great sized balcony. Just so relaxing. Then I was genuinely shocked when I first walked into the restaurant for dinner. The restaurant had recently been renovated and the design is truly inspiring. The beautiful decor and lighting and a massive floor to ceiling bay window that gives a great atmosphere plus the design included table spaces that felt more intimate. The way staff greet you on arrival and look after you when at your table, they make you feel you are important to them and they intend to ensure your experience will be enjoyable and memorable. And if that was not enough, the chef's creation of the three courses I ordered was cooked perfectly, fresh ingredients was obviously used, presentation and mouth watering flavours and an impressive wine list you would expect to be served in a 4 or 5 star restaurant. One warning though .... beware their unique cocktails, they are way to easy to drink and enjoy! Well done Best Western my experience was first class. I think you are a hidden jewel of Wagga Wagga that more people need to know about. Looking forward to the next time I will be staying there :-)

    « Fantastic Accommodations »

My Cousin booked me originally for 2 nights and they were completely booked so I was upgraded to a suite :) I couldn't believe the beautiful accommodations complete with a courtyard. My cousin then decided to book two more nights and the hotel was to call me in the morning and let me know what room I was to move to. They called and informed me I could stay right where I was. I was so thrilled. The rooms were very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Had a wonderful 4 nights in the lap of luxury. LOVED MY STAY <3 Thank you so much to the staff for allowing me to stay in this beautiful suite.

    « Amazing apartment »

Stayed for three days in one of the one bedroom apartments last weekend and from the moment we opened the door I knew we had made the right choice. Spacious open plan living area with a full kitchen, large leather lounge with two recliners, desk with good lighting and a dining setting. The separate bedroom had plenty of wardrobe storage, a VERY comfortable bed and an ensuite with a shower over the spa bath. The main bathroom/laundry also had a shower, toilet, vanity and a washing machine and dryer. There was a good quality outdoor setting on the balcony. The two steaks we ordered from their restaurant and were delivered to our apartment were delicious and cooked as requested. All staff were friendly from initial reservation enquiry where I had asked for a quiet apartment, and the apartment was quiet, to checking out. We had arrived in Wagga before 8am on the first day and when I rang later in the morning was allowed to check in hours earlier than normal which I really appreciated. Will definitely return.

« Best Western Plus Charles Sturt Suites and Apartments »

We booked ahead and arrived to a friendly and courteous welcome even though the No Vacancy sign was posted. Our room was sparkling clean, roomy and well presented. The facilities were up to scratch and the bed was awesome. A most comfortable night's sleep and we will use this Best Western again when travelling in this area.

    « Great Beds »

Rooms are large, clean and well-appointed. Beds are large and extremely comfortable. Tariff is very reasonable. Approximately a 10 minute walk to main street and shops. I was in town with friends to attend a classic car weekend and the motel was fully booked with other car enthusiasts. That may have painted it in a favourable light to me but I doubt it and we intend to stay here again next year.

« Clean and spacious apartment »

The staff were fantastic and very helpful and the apartments were great... Lots of room for myself and 3 kids. Loved the king bed - it was sooo comfortable. Shame that the restaurant was still being renovated as we would have liked to have tried this also.
