Best Western Plus Peppertree Airport Inn

Best Western Hotels and guests,, My husband and I stayed at The Best Western Plus Peppertree Airport Inn on March 24, 2024 because we had a 6:00 am flight out of Spokane airport the next morning. We live in Coeur d' Alene so always feel stress free by staying near the airport the night before an early flight-especially in the winter or during inclement weather. The hotel has a complimentary airport shuttle beginning at 4:00 am. Note: For people traveling by car, there is also a conveniently located Flying J right next door if you need to gas up. We had never stayed there before, but got a great rate and since it was just to sleep, arriving at 8:00 pm and departing at 4:00 am, we did not need a resort style hotel like we usually stay at. What a pleasant surprise when we saw the lovely lobby and new looking spotless rooms. Check-in was very smooth and easy. Desk attendant very friendly. Our stay was frightenly interrupted when my husband woke up hemorrhaging at 1:30 in the morning and I had to call 911. Julia at the front desk handled herself so beautifully & professionally and gave me some real help before the paramedics arrived. Needless to say I was badly shaken up and she was sincerely compassionate and kind after they took him away. I was stuck there with no car and a bunch of luggage as we were supposed to be leaving for a 6 week trip. We couldn't get anyone by Taxi or Uber to come quicker than an hour so she sat with me until my son could get there from the Spokane Valley. Julia said she would lock up the room and safeguard it until I could come back. She even thoughtfully offered me their early bird breakfast in a sack. How sweet was that!! She was sincerely sympathetic about what we were going through. My son and I came back at about 4:00 am and retrieved the luggage and our belongings. She immediately got someone and asked them to help us. She never missed a beat. The next day I got a call from the hotel telling me that the housekeeper, Lorena, had found a travel wallet with a lot of money in it in our room. It was a considerable sum, our vacation cash, and I did not even know I had dropped it in my panic. God Bless her for her honesty. I talked with the hotel manager, Crista Lee, when I went to retrieve it (not a thing was missing) and she was just as lovely and kind as her employees. Congratulations on having chosen your manager so well and to her for choosing her staff so well. Happily my husband got of the hospital after 3 days and is on the mend. Stingy place. They charged me $20 for an early check-in (just 2 hours early) and they ration the grab&grow breakfasts. Made me feel a bit like Oliver Twist - Please sir, may I have some more. Staff was friendly though, too bad they have such unfriendly policies.

So., we always trust when on a road trip, that a Best Western, especially a BW Plus would be a great stay, clean, comfy, good breakfast. We are so disappointed here. No real front entry, run down exterior, on 2nd floor and elevator broken, no breakfast at all, just a voucher to Denny's next door but only good till 9am. Room is just OK, no screen or opening guard on window. Will rethink a BW and + going ahead.

close to town, very clean rooms, voucher for breakfast at denny's within walking distance, coffee and hot chocolate in lobby, great workout room with peloton, staff went beyond to accommodate extra night stay.

Very quiet considering proximity to airport and freeway never heard a plane or car/truck. Very easy to get to, and on main routes, transportation was very easy. Getting in and out of the parking lot was a bit tricky with some of the trucks at the struck stop next door.

Rude hateful staff charged me for2 nights when I only stayed one. Now I have to dispute it with my credit card. Parking lot is a complete nightmare clogged up with big trucks. Staff is horrible mean and ugly.

There are many hotels around this area and I highly recommend never staying here. The customer service was horrendous. Waited over an hour for our shuttle in the snow at midnight after a long flight! Eventually the Comfort Inn picked us up and apologized that we had the terrible experience with the Peppertree Inn! After texting 3x asking to be picked up! NO one ever answered! Then I called twice. First call they said they were on their way. Second call saying there should be there any minuit. Then their shuttle came screaming down the runway as we were waving our hands running after them. She said she didn't see us! That's right because she was speeding!!! Then they said they had proof she wasn't speeding because they keep track..i asked what her speed was and then of course, that was private info. Instead of trying to defend themselves for their immature behaviour and unprofessionalism, they wanted to argue and prove to me I was wrong and I was the reason we had to wait over an hour in the snow while all the other hotels picked up their guests. We were the last people in that entire airport. It was long past midnight before we finally left. It was so awful!!!

The staff at this hotel go out of their way to make you feel valued. This hotel is at a great location, really close to the airport and they offer "breakfast on the go" for early travelers. The hotel is nothing special, but it is clean, convenient, safe, and has the BEST STAFF.

The stay here was amazing! The staff was friendly. HUGE room. Room was clean. Grab and go breakfast as well as the shuttle were very helpful! A/C blows cold all night! Conditioner smells awful though. Would not recommend using. Will definitely be staying here again!

We had an early morning flight out of Spokane International Airport and spent the prior night at the Best Western Peppertree. The staff was great! And a shout out to Taylor and Kanisha for going the extra mile to help us with the TV remote. Sounds petty but it was important to us to have the TV working, even on a short stay. We took the shuttle and it was right on time and the driver was so pleasant, even at the break of dawn. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is a Denny's Restaurant across the parking lot and believe it or not, got a really good burger and fantastic onion rings. We had a good stay and it was reassuring to know that we would be on time for the flight and our car was safe at the hotel. Thank you!

No major problems , but we generally opt for an upstairs room away from the elevator , we weren't given an option at this hotel. Wound up with a room right next to an entry door , the elevator and a hall crossroads - Hence a bit of noisy people coming and going until around 1 AM... Was also a little off-putting that all the wall looked like there had been a flood a month or so ago and still wasn't repaired .. A decent night's stay , but I wouldn't call it a plus ..

The room was humongous! The mattresses were thick,thick,thick, and the pillows the softest, fluffiest, I could have stayed in bed all day lol! Awesome place to lodge, so close to the airport. We did get mixed up with the directions, though. Not from the area. You might want to see where it before you go looking.

When you first get there, you see it was well taken care of and clean. The front staff was quick, and the room was perfect, very comfy. I stay a lot at hotels and can tell you when i have a stay like this makes being out of town so much easier.

You can't beat the convenience of this hotel for travel purposes- particularly catching a flight, or taking a road trip. There is a 24 hour Denny's across the parking lot where you get a complimentary hot breakfast cooked to order with a voucher from the front desk. In an adjacent parking lot, there is a truck stop, which we used to get our road trip snacks for the next day, and to buy iPhone lightening adapter headphones, since I forgot mine. The front desk staff is very nice, as well as other staff we encountered. The rooms were clean. No bathtub - just shower stalls, which was fine for us. The air conditioner worked, fast Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, and a fridge and microwave. The property is clean and safe. It's a great hotel for travellers needing to stay. It's not a luxury resort, or for a romantic getaway. It also has a swimming pool, which we did not use.

Had to stay 4 nights due to evacuating our home because of wildfire. Staff kindly let us extend our stay day by day until we could go home. Had a 2nd floor room at end of building next to stairway. Even though the inn was fully occupied the only noise was some occasional footsteps. Room was clean (thank you Elizabeth) and desk staff was kind and very helpful (special thanks to Chloe for helping us get a phone number so we could contact relatives). Breakfast bags to go were tasty and nice selection of hot drinks in lobby. Only complaint: towel racks in room were minimal. The only one in the bathroom was narrower than a single bath towel and the only one at the sink was so close to counter that towel ends rested on it. This made it hard to dry out towels for reuse.

What Nice People... The Staff couldn't be nicer ! I wish Best Western Plus Hotels had some Pet- Free Rooms though.... I think it's a weak Policy that you can Bring a Dog and stay in any room ?!?!? That's pretty gross to me, but the rooms were very clean. Also the General Manager Crysta went out of her way to find me a room where my Pet Allergies didn't seem to bother me as much. She is a very considerate, compassionate and all around nice person. She is definitely the highlight of this Hotel !

Great hotel with very nice staff, clean room and comfortable bed. It's across the street from Denny's and the local Denny's has a a bar/lounge and is open 24 hours which I thought was funny but convenient. The Dennys breakfast was included. A nice stay.

Hotel Staff at Best Western Peppertree Inn in Spokane WA are outstanding very professional and address any issue immediately, they make sure that do what's necessary to make our stay comfortable. I give this establishment 5 Stars you guys deserve all of it.

Anybody staying at this location must have a smartphone and a credit card. Everything is cashless and the have no currency on hand. App on smartphone is needed to operate laundry machines. Somebody with a flip phone and wanting to pay in cash would not be able to stay at this location.

We had excellent service from the reservation, our stay, and to breakfast the next morning. The motel lobby, hallways, and our rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. Oh, and we cant forget the espresso machine in the lobby.

Very clean and helpful staff Comfy beds and pillows. However no tubs in bathroom . No breakfast in hotel but Denny vouchers given for $7 a person to eat there which is in the same parking lot . I did not use the pool . Tho looked pretty adverage but cared for

I needed sleep, and I got it! Checked in at 1:00pm, slept until 6:00pm. Went out to dinner, then went to bed when arrived back at 8:00pm. Slept until 8:00am - got breakfast, packed up and got on my way 11:50am.

If possible, we always stay at a Best Western. We enjoy all the amenities the hotel has to offer. Having coffee and Tea in the room is HUGE bonus. Locations have always been good. Staff friendly, rooms clean.

An up-to-date building with good amenities and staff. Great gym and good size rooms w/ fridge/nice shower. Would stay there again. A bonus was the Denny's breakfast voucher and an excellent Denny's that was two steps away.

It's not too often you walk in a hotel with a warm, genuine welcome. This was much appreciated especially after 8 hours of traveling. We didn't make reservations ahead of time and we were kind of picky on what kind of room we wanted. He took the time to fulfill those needs. The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and warm on a chilly night!

This is a very nice motel. We will stay here again, when in the spokane area. It was nice that they gave a voucher for breakfast to Dennys next door. I also felt like the beds were comfortable, the room was quiet and dark. We had traveled from Canada and needed to get some good sleep.

I love this hotel. We stay every time we are in town. The staff is always friendly and the general manager Crystalee is very professional and accommodating. From check in to check out they make the process very easy. Thank you Taylor, Alfonso and Kanisha for making our stay worth it. We will definitely be back.

I've spent the last 3 months here and it was amazing. The staff can help you out with all your questions. There very friendly you can go up to them at 3 AM and have a delightful conversation. I'm from NY and this was my first time on the west coast and I can honestly say I will be back.

Best Western never disappoints. Easy and quick check in. Nice room and the grocery area even offered some beer and other alcoholic beverages so we didn't have to go out again. Dennys is located right in the parking lot and is very convenient for meals. Great option to stay!

Very pleasant staff. Very clean and comfortable. They have a restaurant in the parking lot, but would be more convenient if they had an option on premises other than grab n go. Even tho it is located by an onramp, did not hear traffic noise.

Was flying out of Spokane the next day and needed a hotel near the airport. You are about 4 minutes from the airport parking lot. This place was great. Breakfast was coupons at Denny's across the parking lot. We got quick service and Denny's beats continental breakfast. They did have coffee in the hotel, which my wife said was good. Hotel was quite, clean, and comfortable. Pool looked good. Decent size for a hotel pool. There aren't many food options close, but we were there to fly out, so it that didn't matter to me. I'd will stay here again on my next trip to Spokane.

The staff NEVER told us about the free or almost free breakfast at Denny's. (after a $210 - one night rate) Didn't find out until the next morning AFTER breakfast ended. Disappointed in that. Our shower took 5 minutes to get lukewarm, it never was hot water coming out, period. Lower water pressure for the shower also. Afternoon staff was always hiding in their office, we never saw them at the front desk. Had to wait a short time for them to come out of the office (several times). Round toilets, not elongated. Summary: an average (M)otel. Nothing too fancy that made it stick out by any means and the customer service didn't help that any.

Great staff! Excellent location near airport. Breakfast at Dennys convenient. Comfortable and Clean room. Nice business desk and Free WiFi Well equipped workout room. Excellent shuttle service to/from Airport. Close to Coeur d'Alene

Check in was easy. Front desk staff was friendly. Room was adquate, bed comfortable. Clean and some toiletries supplied. Shampoo & conditioner are from dispensers in the shower, but conditioner was empty. Hot water was warm, at best. Close to airport, but well sound-proofed and did not hear any noise…..except for an extremely noisy bathroom fan! Denny's is located just across from the hotel and guests receive a voucher to have breakfast there, or 2 other options. Coffee & tea options are available in lobby. The key card did not always work and it was frustrating to have to insert it multiple times. Easy on and off from I-90.

Since my last visit, they have remodeled and updated the rooms which is very nice. I had a comfortable bed. The room has a nice size refrigerator and a small microwave. Small TV and a Keurig coffee maker. They have switched to the bottled shampoo, soap and conditioner in the shower which was all fine if the bottles had been monitored. I had no conditioner. Clock had been unplugged, and not reset which was inconvenient. Nice desk area to work but for the short time I was here the internet service itself was terrible. They now have breakfast at Denny's or a small bag you can take. One of the best parts to this hotel was the breakfast, so that's a big change. The Denny's options are OK, so I'm sure this is just a preference thing. Staff here is always nice, polite and professional.

Summer motorcycle vacation with my oldest son is always a treat and we enjoy spending our nights at a welcoming Best Western Hotel, with Great people and Awesome food. Our stays with your properties are truly amazing, Thank You!

Affordable rates, excellent breakfast (Denny's next door coupon), Clean, Reasonable prices on sundries and toiletries. Low traffic. Easy on/off freeway. Fridge, coffee maker and microwave in the room.

Everyone working the night I stayed and the next morning was extremely helpful, courteous and kind- including the front desk and shuttle drivers. There was a large number of us who came in from our flight getting cancelled and they were patient and treated each guest with excellent customer service even though I'm sure they were stressed with the amount of people flooding in. The accommodations were updated and extremely clean. They were organized with getting all of our shuttles scheduled. It helped make up for the rotten day we all had and it was very much appreciated!

Lovely property, very friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located and easy to find. Clean room. Front desk was extremely nice and made check-in super easy. I missed the gentleman's name (no name tag) but he was absolute delight upon checking us in and was happy to help us during our stay.

Our flight got cancelled so we booked here. I was pleasantly surprised. Nice rooms. Everything you need. Mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Clean, modern, smell great. Bed was comfy, we hadn't slept in over 30 hours. It totally met our needs. Book here.

Stayed here due to early flight the next morning. The hotel is super close to the airport and still quiet. It's only about 3 miles and you don't even get back on the interstate. They have a shuttle but we didn't use it. Room was clean and comfortable

No continental breakfast on-site. No business center on-site. The location was convenient, good atmosphere, just minor glitches as mentioned above. Would prefer continental breakfast on-site & business center to print a document.

I was Maid of Honor for my sister's wedding over the weekend and wanted to stay in a hotel the night before I headed home. I chose this location for it's proximity to the airport and the complimentary shuttle. The hotel was very clean and the furnishings are very modern. My room was very clean and comfortable and I was so glad there was no traffic noise from either the highway or the airport. I slept really well in the bed. There is a Denny's that shares the parking lot and that was a very convenient option for dinner. They also partner with the hotel for the free breakfast in the morning. The options are excellent and I was filled up on a very hearty meal. I would definitely return on my next visit and can recommend staying here.

Impressive staff, convenient location, clean comfortable room and off the hook pet area best one we've seen at a hotel. We highly recommend this BW to anyone traveling thru Spokane area especially if you have a dog.

The hotel staff deserve a raise. As a 64 year old woman I greatly appreciated how respectful and absolutely helpful they were. I was so tired and wish I got there names but it was two guys and one girl. The place was close to the airport and had a shuttle that ran every 30 minutes 24 hours a day. There was a coffee station which I needed desperately. The place was clean and I felt very safe. Thank you you three were above and beyond.

Thank you Best Western Peppertree for the first class service. Dennys next door provides a great breakfast. We had to stay 3 nights for a volleyball tournament. Room was clean, quiet and cozy. We were always greeted with a smile. We will happily stay here again for next years PNQ!

The staff was very helpful, friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked having the voucher for breakfast at Denny's, and the airport shuttle was helpful. I will be back the next time I'm in Spokane.

Staff is amazing! Shaylee and Tayler were so helpful friendly and kind! Cleaning stuff is amazing! Rooms need sound proofing. Hallway and room above noise was way louder then it should be. I loved to see the occasional pup or two and all were well behaved. They "team" that stayed Saturday March 19 was not! Yelling, running up and down hall... I hope the coach reads this and addresses the issue.

We had a last minute stay in Spokane in which we had a dog with us we called this hotel they were extremely friendly and were able to get us a room right away and even offered us the best western discount to save us some money I would recommend this hotel

I'm big on first impressions especially when it comes to hotel stays. I want to feel welcomed wherever I'm staying and the young lady who checked me in did just that. The check-in process was fast, she was friendly, and extremely helpful. The hotel room and property description was accurate and most importantly it was clean and quiet. Our stay was more than comfortable, we'll definitely be back!

The staff is excellent we had to return our rental car early and they picked us up and brought us back. Always free shuttle to and from airport. We have a flight delay and they extended our check out time. The lobby has the best coffee and they offer free breakfast at Denny's. Are flight was also a day after we thought so we Had to Book another day and stay in the same room and found out that you should always book from the hotel it's cheaper than a booking site. Shaylee an Kenisha were so great. Hygiene products are top of the line. They have a survey and fill it out because if you have good service and name a person, They Get a bonus and they deserve it. We wanted a safe place to stay it's close to the airport and it's quiet the parking is free. It's right off the interstate so not hard to fine. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Spokane!

This is a very accommodating hotel near the airport with a shuttle service and long term parking. I was worried that it might be in a noisy location due to proximity of airport and I-90 highway but we didnt hear a thing. The staff is excellent!

Hotel is updated and very clean. Staff is so friendly and helpful will definitely stay here again. Breakfast options were great. Request a shuttle to the airport last minute and had a ride with in mins.

Quality you'd expect from a Best Western with quiet, comfy rooms. What really stands out are the staff! Flight delays had me spending an unexpected night in Spokane, after checking the hotel reviews, this seemed the best option. When I arrived about 10.30pm, they were checking a lot of people in - all of us grumpy and tired - yet the staff behind the desk kept things light, friendly and professional. I like to have the window open (yes even in the middle of a winter storm) when I sleep, but couldn't open it in the room. The manager and other staff members quickly came up to try help and when they couldn't open it, helpfully moved me to a room where I could have it open. Thank you! Hopefully I wont be stuck at Spokane Airport again, but if I am, I'd stay here no questions.

Overall great place to stay. Sage was so helpful with everything from getting to the hotel (it's a tad confusing) and then checking in! Comfy room & clean & they give you a dennys voucher for breakfast right across from the hotel.

Great hotel with friendly staff and easy check in and out options. Very clean rooms and nice sized. Right outside of spokane and a dennys next door that you can get a voucher for breakfast items. All together a great stay.

We enjoyed a nice one night stay enroute to Glacier National Park. Construction confused the drive to the hotel but we ultimately found the way. We took advantage of the hotel's breakfast discount at the Denny's that's across the parking lot.

Good place to stay close to the Spokane airport. Rooms are nice and big, clean hotel, very helpful staff. Had a pool, but no hot tub. Breakfast was grab and go. They did have an option for a Free Denny's breakfast, but we're in a rush to leave. Overall a good hotel.

This is nicely located out of town for those with dogs. My dogs was welcomed, and there was a great, safe pet area. This is also right next to the airport, so if you're heading out of town early the next morning, it's a great place to stay, especially with Express Check-Out.

We stayed for 1 night and found the hotel to have everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Due to covid, they offered a Denny's breakfast instead of a of buffet, we really appreciated this option. The room was clean and all of the front desk staff was very nice (especially Shaylee) and really tried to do everything they could to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We will stay here again.

This was the best experience we have had with a Best Western stay. Clean, friendly staff, updated. And we were offered breakfast vouchers for the Dennys next door, which was also very updated, clean and had a friendly staff. Free breakfast from a select menu or $5 off per person.

Desperation was kicking in as I waited for my deposits on my debit card. It started raining and Best Western helped with a warm bed to sleep in as well as coffee in the morning! Great courtesy on the hotel staffs part. My check shows up on time and a nice clean room is what I got. Thanks a billion best western inn.

Even though it was all hard to get to the Hotel Due to construction. Check-in was quick and friendly. Steve was relaxing and uneventful. Check out was a breeze. Breakfast in the morning was very convenient at the restaurant next-door. A good place to stay.

Billing was not accurate. I was charged more than what my reservation was for. Internet did not work. Front desk workers will not provide a receipt. Phone system is set up so you can't contact anyone at the hotel, it just circles you around and then hangs up.

Friendly staff! Receptionist Juliana hooked me up with a great deal, and even got to check in early! 8AM. That's 8 hours earlier than the expected check in time. She's the best! My room is very modern; with a large TV, Clear quality channels. Bed is very comfortable, I'm a truck driver so Pilot Flying J is next door and was able to keep my truck in truck parking. Denny's is also less than 50 feet away! & this best western offers a breakfast voucher for a “Build Your Own Breakfast” By far one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. 5 Stars From Me ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Im officially a best western rewards member. Hope everyone has the same experience as me !

tThe staff were all very helpful and friendly. the room was quite clean and smelled clean. The bed was very comfy. It is close to the airport but not so close that you hear the planes. The only thing I had a problem with was getting the remote to work right with the tv. You had to hold it just right to get it to work.

Had a wonderful stay. Always clean, always peaceful. Got lots of relax time. Plan to come again. Have stayed here several times and would not hesitate to stay again. Having the restaurant close is an added feature.

Rooms were clean and fresh without odors; very pet friendly with a large leashed area. I would stay here again and would recommend it. Service was friendly and quick. Location was convenient to the freeway.

Should be in the sleezy part of town. It felt like a motel,6 I stayed at the coeur d alene one and it was nice. Nice restaurant and bar. Excellent buffet breakfast and service. Area was nice and good to walk around. I thought that they were all the same. Boy was I wrong. The one in Spokane airport is painted over motel 6 with bad service and crappy breakfast and noisy truck stop and gss station and loser Denny's that was just has bad service and dirty dishes and bad waitresses. I want use best western plus anymore as a platinum member. I'm staying at holiday express or ls Quinta They're st least consistent

This Best Western apparently just remodeled and replaced most of the bathtubs with shower only options. When I called the front desk to get a room with a bathtub the GM (I think her name was Kristen) told me she would check and call me right back. I waited less than 5 minutes before I went to the lobby and was told she had left for the day and the two young men at the front desk said there were no available rooms remaining with a bathtub. I was unimpressed with their customer service and the floor of my room had dark sticky stuff and the edge of the bed. I only stay at Best Western's and have always had great service except this one. I will not stay here again.

I was paying with points and they didn't know how to do it. Then the front desk person asked the on staff manager and she didn't know so called someone. She then left the desk area and we stood waiting for a long time. Finally the front desk person checked with her and she said, "Oh sorry, I forgot." It was frustrating. The room they gave me was right next to a big air exchanger that continued to cycle on and off all night and was very loud. Obviously, no view. Room 130 I would avoid. There was no one at the front desk at check out and several people were waiting to check out. I just dropped the key. I was never acknowledged as a Best Western member.

From the moment I checked in this hotel was great! I kept changing my plans because of work and they were friendly quick. Sage, mikealea, and julianna we're all so fantastic. I was super nervous about the area being new but the location is perfect for what I needed. Thank you for making my trip so relaxing and easy.

The first room they put us in was next to someone with a dog that constantly was barking. We asked to be moved and they put us close to a stairwell close to the pool so kids would be running up and down the stairs all day and late hours of the night. The hotel gives you a breakfast voucher to Dennys which is a very small Denny's with about 8 tables that is over crowded with people. The voucher is good for 2 side orders (2 pieces of bacon 2 eggs) just enough food for a weasel. We stayed 3 nights and got no room services or fresh towels and paid $155.00 per night. Sorry not worth it! Never again!!

The staff was excellent explained everything and even help with my luggage I was traveling with my nine-year-old granddaughter and I am handicapped they were great about helping me And explaining everything to me including how to become a member of Best Western Motel's

Comfortable and very clean. Their staff is wonderful and you can tell that they are smiling behind their masks. The hotel could use some better to-go breakfast options when dining in the restaurant across the parking lot is not an option for health safety reasons.

The Staff Is Awesome and Professional. Rooms Are Top Notch and Price Is Super Reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating and helpful everyone was during our trip. Very family friendly and clean

Lobby was nice and clean. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Will stay at this place again as I have in the past. Close to Downtown Spokane, plus there's also plenty to do in and around the hotel.

Everything was so great for our restful stay. Top floor was quiet and comfy. The staff gave us extra blankets and helped us with our menu order for breakfast. We were able to use a cart and the staff helped us with that as well. I am so grateful that we were able to get a room here. The feeling of friendly people looking out for our well being was excellent. I enjoyed the friendly and safe stay very much.

We stayed here for one night. It has been recently remodeled and the room was very nice and a great price. Only $10 pet fee. Across from Denny's where we ordered dinner online and picked up our food and brought back to the room. Convenient freeway access, friendly staff. I did not give it 5 stars only because we filled out forms upon arrival for breakfast the next morning and my husband got his the next morning (staff bag up your items) and I told him I would go get my own after showering, so that it would be hotter. Well I go and stand in line 15 minutes only to be told that they didn't have the form I completed and would need to go back to the front desk and complete a new one. By that time I just said forget it! I understand that mistakes happen, but I feel that the more customer friendly action would have been for staff to just ask me what I had ordered and given it to me instead of directing me back to the front desk to complete another form.

The location is good, right off the freeway. It is outside of town enough to feel a little safer and quieter. The rooms are nice but nothing fancy. I did appreciate it seemed to be quiet clean. They do have their problems on finding reservations, printing receipts and keeping the breakfast selections straight. The breakfast is quite limited at this time.

First-rate accommodation within an easy day's drive from the Puget Sound region. Well thought out response to the difficult circumstances of the pandemic. Close to the I-90 and the airport, and easy access to take-out from the Denny's next door.

This hotel is currently undergoing updating. Our room was very comfortable, spacious and had a nicely designed sink/counter area in the sleeping area. Our 2 dogs also enjoyed their stay. There is a Denny's restaurant connected to the parking lot.

Peppertree BW was a pleasant surprise. They have an exceptionally friendly staff, very nice rooms, great breakfast in the morning, and are conveniently located to airport, restaurants, and the casino. A Denny's is across the parking lot and a Flying J for convenience items is next door. All in all a very competitive rate with great service.

I love the updates this hotel is making. I like the feel of the hotel. Our boys really enjoy the breakfast and so did I and my husband. Fresh eggs with chiles, more eggs, eggs and bacon and sausage, a yogurt machine with toppings, two differently sized waffle makers, coffee, tea, juice, so much more! The pool is a great size but was so cold. And the air was cold as well. During the remodel they took the hot tub out, which was disappointing. We hung out in the lobby for a little while in the morning and it felt very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our check-in and out went smoothly.

The room was tidy but smelled like armpits and butt. I called for shuttle from the airport and it took 2 calls and 45 minutes. The hotel is 5 mins away. They promised coffee and food bags for the 4am flyers. There was only coffee available. At least the check-in process was good and the shuttle to the airport was on-time and convenient. NOT A PLUS property in my mind.

The rooms at this hotel are very nice. It has a pretty big work out facility as well and the breakfast is always good. Smells like bacon in the morning and who doesn't like waking up to that?! Also Hailey is the best front desk person to deal with!!!

Property being renovated updated at time of our visit. Staff more than accommodated for any inconvenience. Location right off 1-90 convenient to city, and further travel east or west. Easy to get to EWU, city of Spokane. We traveled on to Idaho for a wedding which took only 45 minutes.

Personnel are great and helpful and congenial. Full breakfast without outmeal was good. I could not figure why this particular night was so much more expensive than other nights and staff did not know. The old I was only following orders.

Very cozy, very comfortable. Good breakfast options, a happy hour that is cheap, and a good location for work around the airport. The staff is always helpful. The items to purchase help fill out anything you might have forgotten.

Nice motel, modern, clean with a friendly and professional staff. With a restaurant and convince store with in walking distance, it is very convenient. Shuddles that take you where you need to go, airport, Casino, or fine dining. You can't go wrong with this place.

We travel a lot with the family and always pick BW. The staff is friendly, The facilities are nice, the rooms are comfy, they have pools, and the locations are always convenient! Thanks BW for being amazing!

Perfect overnight stay. The view of the parking lot was not ideal, but the shuttle to the airport was so convenient. After I ate breakfast, a quick ride to the airport, right on time. I admit the Best Western in Sandpoint is much nicer, with a beautiful view of the lake, and room service, but no shuttle to the airport! This Best Western served it's purpose quite well.

Left before breakfast was served but they do have to go baggies which consist of a bottle of water, choice of an orange or an apple and a nutir- grain bar. Beds were ok and room was clean. There is a denny's and a truck stop next door. Fridge and microwave in room.

Always have a great time staying here. We have pets, perfect dog area and the rooms never smell like a dog was there. Breakfast is always great, and shuttle service is great. Staff is always friendly and go out of their way for us.

bathroom in first room was flooded and tv didn't work- no phone or fridge in the second room - 3rd room was very noisey and light from hallway came through the door - seemed like daytime.- didn't get much sleep.

I stayed here because it was close to my son. The property isn't visually appealing but is close to I90. Service was good, people were nice, but the breakfast fell short. The rooms are okay but the bathrooms need to be updated. Check in and check out were fast. Very noisy ice machine made sleeping a challenge. The pool was nice.

Woke up to showering in cold water! The handle when turned to H was freezing cold. A change of room request was denied. Maintenance man informed me to get hot water, handle should just be moved a little from the C(Cold) setting. Clearly, installed improperly! Didn't have shampoo, body soap or conditioner.

The staff were professional and friendly. Our room was clean; the mattress was new and very comfortable. They were knowledgeable about the local area; they were able to recommend restaurants and other points of interest.

The hotel and staff were all great, thank you so much !! The only thing that could have improved this stay would have been the weather. Unfortunately, the staff and hotel had no control over snow falling in September. I am pretty sure they would have changed that if they had that capability :)

not 5 star because the staff does not communicate very well and transportation to the airport was unreliable. the rooms were nice and I loved the aviation décor. the location was great. but, to me having a dependable ride to early flight as arranged at front desk should be paramount and you should be able to count on it. They say their van was broken but they didn't tell the customers who were waiting for ride so they took us in a pick up truck. If they had told us when it happened or when they knew I could have arranged UBER or taxi. They dropped the ball. So, I was out of time to make my flight.

We stayed in multiple hotels during our 10-day road trip and this one was the best. Attractive and comfortable room with fridge and microwave, comfy beds with a choice of pillow types, big bathroom and shower, quiet property with convenience store and restaurant nearby. Free breakfast was way above expectations and staff was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle to and from airport as well.

We have stayed at this Best Western on several occasions for both business trips and for a vacation. Unfortunately this last visit September of 2019 was horrible. My husband and I could smell something odd when we arrived in our room but we chose to ignore the problem in hopes the maids would notice the next day and take care of it. On the following day we were gone all day. Upon returning around 8 pm we noticed the smell again. It turns out it was the bedding that smelled like puke. I decided to report it and the front desk apologized which was fine. I then said we would like new bedding and they said they were too busy to bring it up. I then said my husband was fine with going down to get new bedding. They again said they were to busy to accommodate him coming down to the desk. After that conversation ended, my husband and I gathered up the dirty bedding and brought it to the front desk because we refused to accept no for an answer - we refused to sleep in stink. We got to the front desk and there were no customers at all down at the front desk. The two night clerks were there. One was on the phone and the man which was the one I had talked to on the phone was there, but was not helping anyone. The man did not refuse us at that point and he went to get new bedding for us. I am very disappointed in this stay. We've been going to Spokane for vacations for over 25 years. No one should have to sleep in puke bedding.

Nice hotel. Lobby is spacious. Snacks can be purchased. Breakfast is decent. Not overly fancy but good. Hotel is Close to airport and gas station for rental car refill. There is a Denny's and Subway within a few hundred feet.

Nice enough hotel for easy access to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. When we arrived after midnight, it was quiet, but that would be expected. The breakfast was varied and we had a leisurely morning until we got on the shuttle for the airport.

We had reservations for a different hotel and canceled them because best western never lets me down...till now. Check in was confusing but bearable. I took my rental car back and called for pick up and was told 15-20 minutes, maybe. It was freezing cold and I waited all that and then some. There is an extended cab pickup they're using as shuttle which will be interesting when they take more than 2 people to the airport. I finally get to my room to discover there is one towel for two people. Down to the desk I go where I wait as they answer phones first and leave actual guests standing. Then I wait as they check in new people and answer more phones before someone finally asks me what is needed. A random male employee kept knocking on our door then saying sorry, wrong room. Our shuttle was at 6 and since breakfast on Saturdays is at 7, we couldn't get anything at all. Last best western I stayed at helped us out with a to go bag The people are very friendly and try very hard but things are really disorganized.

Our room must have been recently remodeled because it was definitely NOT run down or dated. (However, the soap dispenser in the shower had yet to be installed, which was reported upon check-out). LIKES: Clean and easy to get in and out of from I-90 Good room lighting Nice sized room with couch and computer desk USB charger "wall wart" next to bedside table Very comfortable bed Decent "free" breakfast Polite staff DISLIKES: Exceptionally dim lighting in shower area Mediocre lighting above vanity (don't expect a close shave) Slow elevator SUMMARY: Not sure when the rooms were/are being remodeled, but we had few complaints with ours. Would stay here again.

Beware they oversell king rooms and you will be given a double "queen". Their queens are actually double beds. Reserved a king, but had to take alternative. Minimal effort to fix - a $10 discount. Would avoid this place. Stop in Spokane or bypass it and go further down the road

Never again. Just here for a few hours ahead of an early morning flight. My room was on the second floor but there was no elevator available. SO many signs warning me that I was rolling the dice leaving my car. Poor nights sleep and no shuttle available when I returned so I just decided to walk. I should have stayed with my usual hotel here - its HIE and its amazing.

Another stay to make for an easy fly in and out of Spokane airport. We arrived after midnight, yet a quick phone call got a shuttle to us before we could get our baggage picked up. I'd say that is good service! The room was clean, comfortable, and freshly renovated. Breakfast included! Not just breakfast, but a REALLY good breakfast with REAL eggs and bacon and great coffee. Great variety and selection. Again, we'd gladly stay here again.

Internet very slow. Air conditioner/heating unit very noisy - woke up every time it came on. Rooms average but bed comfortable. Fridge dripping water inside. Pricey for what we received. Breakfast was usual but scrambled eggs were rubbery and dry. Coffee was okay. Elevator really slow but on 3rd floor so husband had to use due to bad foot. I took the stairs but loose carpet was a tripping hazard. Check in/out - staff friendly and helpful

Good Breakfast. Very clean, large rooms. Staff was very pleasant and well trained. Next to a Denny's, if that's your thing. This was hotel highlight of my multi city cross country road trip. Quick and easy access to Interstate 90. . .

first stay here - disaster. house keeping missed our room after our first night. we got back late so we had no recourse but to sleep in our unkept room. manager khara made poor effort to make it right.

I stayed here during the Gathering at the Falls Powwow. Big mistake. I requested the 3rd/top floor so that I wouldn't have anyone above me with heavy footsteps, but the floor was filled with families attending the powwow, including an abundance of kids that ran up and down the floors late night and early morning. The floors and doors and not insulated enough to keep from clearly hearing slamming doors and yelling in the halls. The kids ran from room to room, knocking on their family members' doors, slamming the doors, yelling in the halls, and then doing so again within 10 mintues...over and over for hours. I told the front desk about it and they said they'd check on it, but I'm not so sure that they actually did.

This BW is close to the Spokane Airport & just off I-90. Denny's adjacent too. Nice staff (young, but clean & polite; a rarity today it seems). Very good breakfast, appealing decor, with good parking too. When needed, we'll be back

The outside of this place and it's proximity to the gas station out front made us wonder if we made a good choice, but to our surprise it was very nice. Rooms are well outfitted and are quite. The checkin was easy and staff were nice. The morning breakfast and coffee were very good with good choices as far as the food went. Didn't use the pool or exercise room but it looked nice. It's located an easy 10 minutes from downtown Spokane.

Slow at front desk Bad smell in room Ants crawling around Needs updating Only sink/ counter was completely in sleeping area. Bright lights would wake everyone if you had one early riser. Old tub/ shower Beds ok not great NOT a good value & NOT. A BW Plus like the others we stayed in. We got a great view of all the mechanicals of the building directly outside our window. A/c worked fine, breakfast only, staff not nearly as caring and helpful as other BW PLUS locations.

We were in Spokane to do work on our property to make it livable, electricity, well, etc. I've always like Best Westerns, but this one, by the Airport, is the BEST Best Western, we've ever stayed at. The room was nice, and worth the money spent on it. It's not the newest Best Western, but, it had the MOST COMFORTABLE BED of any hotels we've stayed at, and I've stayed at the Ritz, the Hilton, etc. But what made this Best Western so special was the people! From Mandy and Devante and Michael at the front desk to the breakfast crew, they were all awesome! I have diabetes and am allergic to eggs, and have cancer, so I have a fairly specific diet. One day they didn't have bacon on the menu, and when I explained my situation and the need for protein, Mary promptly went into the kitchen and make me extra crispy bacon! When my wife needed to get a breakfast to go, they had just closed the breakfast bar, so the took a large paper to-go coffee cups do filled it with eggs and bacon, and I grabbed a piece of fruit. They really went out of their way to take care of us in every way. We stayed here for seven nights and loved it. It was farther from our property than other hotels, and we could have moved to a closer hotel, but the staff was so good to us, we stayed... and will gladly stay there again.

Rooms were recently remodeled but the rest of the hotel is somewhat worn. My room on the second floor was noisy with many footsteps from the third floor room above us until past 11 pm and again around 6 am. It also has a heating/cooling unit that turns on/off frequently. Conclusion is that this is a perfectly adequate hotel but not much above average.

The staff members at the facility were all very professional, couteous and helpful during my stay. It reflects very positively on the entire BW organization. They should be very proud of their employees.

A nice hotel in an otherwise unremarkable area. Not many nearby choices for dining, nightlife, shopping, or family activities, but you really stay here because of proximity to the Airport. Breakfast selection was pretty good.

Rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was awesome. Really good food with variety. It was also great having a convenience store and Denny's restaurant right next door. We will definitely stay here next time. The location was close to the Air force Base that we wanted to visit.

My wife and I have stayed at several Best Western Plus Hotels before and they are normally a cut above the rest for a budget Hotel. Not this one near the Spokane Airport. This one is more of a motel 6 to say the least. I paid about $177.00 for what I thought was going to be a very nice place from what I had experienced at other Best Western Plus hotels. I should have spent $50.00 and stayed at a motel 6. Its is fine just not what we expected from Best Western Plus. Odd smell in our room like something was being covered up. Tiny bathroom and everything was very cheap. The staff was great and very nice just not a real nice property.

I stayed here with friends on the way to and from a Women's Retreat. It worked very well for us. The hotel has guest rooms that connect so you can open up the doors between the hotel rooms. The breakfast is pretty good and the staff are friendly. The only thing we really would have liked is a hot tub.

The Best Western Plus Peppertree Airport Inn was excellent in all avenues. From shuttle, check-in, breaksfast is outstanding, large and clean room, check-out, and shuttle to airport. Everything was EXCELLENT, you will not regret staying with them.

Love this motel and the excellent staff. Beds are brand new and so comfy. But the Roku TVs are absolutely horrible. I'm still waiting for the staff to get it to work. Just go back to regular TVs. If someone wants to Roku they can use their own stick. Ridiculous

This is a very nice hotel with a very nice breakfast, very friendly staff, and great location near the airport, gas station, right across the parking lot from Denny's restaurant that stays open I will definitely come back to stay again

The front desk clerk was courteous and helpful. I had a clean room and had a comfortable stay while traveling on business. The hotel is located minutes from Spokane airport. I didn't take advantage of the included breakfast. I opted for something more substantial, and Denny's next door was perfect. I booked and paid for my room online, so check out was quick. No complaints.

This hotel was in close proximity to the Spokane airport and the room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and neat and the breakfast buffet had many choices. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

We were there during Bloomsday Race weekend for our oldest son's wedding and the area was a madhouse but the staff her were very helpful and polite through it all. The pool area was great for our grandson to play in while we caught up with family who were also there for the wedding. The breakfast area was crowded but the staff kept the food area clean and stocked in spite of the number of people moving around lol Great place to stay and right near the freeway but not so close you could hear the cars. My only complaint was the parking area was a little crowded for my full size truck

I really enjoyed my 2 recent stays. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The front desk is quick and friendly, with no waiting involved. THe brreakfast area is very clean and has a good assortment of breakfast food.

Older building, rough around the edges, but with new or newer interior furnishings. Room was acceptable with a comfortable bed. I stayed on upper floor and it looked to me bathroom hadn't been renovated yet. Had a dingy yellow color of the tub shower. Denny's with bar and gas station share the parking lot. Exterior lighting in parking lot was kinda dim. Front desk people were polite and quick when I checked in around 4, but I saw big crowd standing around waiting to check in when I went by later. The front desk area is puny and right next to main entrance door. Morning breakfast was good with a decent selection of hot and cold food and juices. Below average tasting coffee though. They had a nice to-go breakfast sacks in the morning. I don't know, it was ok. I think I might try one of the newer hotels by the airport in the area next time

The staff was super helpful and friendly, the room was decorated really nice and very clean. We were able to check in early! We had no issues during our stay and loved all of it! I liked this location because it was just a short drive from downtown and I felt safer since it wasn't in downtown. There's a Denny's in the same parking lot and it's 24 hours so it's very convenient if you get back to your hotel late and you're hungry! I also love the fact that there is lots of self parking. We will definitely be staying here again!

So.. the hotel is very nice.. the staff is kind and pleasant .. and everything is clean.. the one complaint we have is the COFFEE

I check in in the wee hours of the morning. Amanda , the kind woman the check me; Went above and beyond her normal tasks of her job. She was so kind and compassionate. I recommend this hotel to anyone. I believe that she deserves some type of bonus or raise! The way that she interacts with people should be commended! What an amazing representative for your brand. This was a terrible experience, we checked in and signed a guest folio early afternoon yesterday March 25...for room 135. When we arrived back at your hotel late evening the same day, the keys we received at check in did not work in the door....Because someone else was checked into our room! This was a hotels mistake. Tara was wonderful, she was able to find us another room on the third floor, but this was a big inconvenience for us as my husband is a 100% disabled American Military veteran. I am so disappointed we are being charged a much higher price for the second room than we'd had for the first room, am not certain until we get home from our trip whether we are charged for both rooms! We'd hoped to stay at your hotel the night we returned, but am second thinking that decision. I am asking you to make an adjustment in the cost of this room that also takes into account the confusion and dissatisfaction of finding our room, already paid for earlier in-the day, occupied by another party. I called, was told I would hear from the manager but theres been to call back. Bridget Whaley

The staff was awesome, and the cleaning crew was non-stop. I've stayed in many hotels in my 30 years of travel, and this was the cleanest. Kudos! Also, I had an early flight out the next morning, and when I left the hotel at 4:30, they had a breakfast bag waiting for me. A very nice surprise, indeed!

This BW Peppertree Inn is a great place to stay. Staff are always welcoming and pleasant and eager to please. Rooms are spotless and the breakfast is sufficient with a lovely attendant who makes sure that wall is well. Yes, I will return!

I love this hotel! Staff are amazing...helpful, professional, welcoming, effective. Location is excellent...easy on and off from both directions of Interstate 90, close to airport, shuttle to and from airport. Good breakfast, both hot and cold options.

Stayed at this hotel on March 8th. After some flight issues and a 7hr layover, I was SO ready to go to bed. Called the hotel as soon as my plane landed and they had a shuttle pick me up within minutes. It was a busy night and they were short staffed but it didn't phase them. Super friendly and attentive. Thankful that at least this part of my trip was easy. Thanks BW!

This hotel was above and beyond for its overall amenities staff and comfort . My room was spacious with a large bed and lots of pillows. I liked the overall layout of the room and placement of furniture .It had a very large and well appointed desk with good lighting . Placement vhfof overall room lighting was very good. Good job Best Western.

Front desk staff very friendly and easy to work with on our special needs. Took care to advise us on how to save money on a more appropriate check in time. Made certain that we knew of all of the features of the in as we checked in.

Very friendly personell in all departments. Chcking in was quick and checking out the workers asked to make sure I had no problems or issues Room was clean. Overall expierence was excellent. There was also a Dennys in the same location.

I have stayed at many Best Westerns, and the Peppertree Airport Inn is easily among the best. The property is nicely maintained, and staff is welcoming and helpful in every regard. We enjoyed one of the better Best Western breakfasts in very pleasant surroundings. This property is conveniently located for just about any Spokane activities. I'll be back.

Visited my daughter in Sandpoint and, with my flight in early am, we spent the day prior to my flight together in Spokane. This Best Western location made it PERFECT for her to stay overnight with me in their family room - separate, ample bedroom with both rooms well appointed, comfortable and super clean. Will return here with no hesitation.

One of the best hotel breakfasts I've enjoyed. Helpful staff. Easy access on & off I-90. About 12 miles to EWU Roos Field in Cheney, 7 miles to Gonzaga in downtown Spokane.A Dennys restaurant and full gas station (including a truck stop) are located next door.

This is a great location close to the airport. The staff is friendly and willing to assist. Location is quiet yet still close enough to the airport to be extremely convenient. I would stay this location again

Stayed at this location to be near airport and being able to leave vehicle, will be staying again on our return. As a rewards member everything was as I expect from a B/W, clean, comfortable and a nice breakfast to start the day. Friendly, helpful staff and shuttle on schedule.

Right off the freeway and easy to get to. Fabulous place. Great rooms, great breakfast and very great employees. They offer shuttles on the hour to many local restaurants and even the casinos as well as airport shuttles. All of the staff are very helpful and pleasant. There are employees everywhere trying to make sure that your stay is good. They have more than one employee working the breakfast buffet. They offer real dishes and silverware for breakfast. They had at 3 people working to make sure that the breakfast area was clean and full. They are walking around picking up your dishes as you're done. It's a great place to stay.

This hotel is pretty good, there is a Dennys located 100 ft. From the entrance of the hotel and fueling/ convenience next door. Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. Fitness center is also pretty nice!

Have stayed twice and will continue to do so. Front desk personnel were courteous, helpful and professional. Shuttle service to the airport is 24 hours and the breakfast was well above average for a motel. the room was quiet and spacious as motel rooms go. They have park and fly program to allow you to leave your car on their property albeit for a nominal charge.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located to the I90. The free breakfast was delicious and provided lots of options. There is a pool onsite but we didn't use it so I have no idea on the quality but I looked nice. The hotel has been recently renovated so most things in the room were brand new. If I had to make some comment on where they could improve I would say that the mattress in our room was starting to have a divot on my side of the bed and it's probably due for a swap out (it was still pretty comfortable though). I would definitely stay here again!

Any issues that come up, the staff will go out of their way to make things right. Rooms are very clean with nice decor. Fridge and microwave in every room. Ample breakfast. Great pool and nice exercise room.

My husband and I were very pleased with our overnight stay! The hotel is well maintained inside and out. There were many different options for breakfast. The staff was friendly. There is a hair dryer in the room, along with dispensers in the bathroom for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The room felt very spacious. Hotel is minutes off of the highway (but we did NOT hear traffic!). This will be our first choice for lodging in the Spokane area.

This Best Western is great for flying in or out of Spokane airport. The courtesy van is a nice touch. Close enough to Center City and the Riverfront Park to make this a base. Nice pool...excellent breakfast with a very attractive lobby. Caring staff starting with the Manager. Clean and comfy.

Loved this hotel, clean affordable and convenient! We live 2 hours from hotel and it's less than 10 minutes from airport. Had not problem getting a room last minute and food was great. They even had a to go breakfast Incase you had to leave before the regular breakfast was offered.

We always use this BW as it is clean, comfortable, good breakfast and easy access to airport. Good shuttle service, and ability to leave vehicle on site while traveling. Quiet rooms and good beds, book in advance, as it fills up fast.

The room was very comfortable and roomy. They have dispensers in the bathroom for shampoo, conditioner and shower gel instead of those travel size bottles. Pool and workout areas are clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. They offered almond milk in the dining area.

We stopped here after a long drive through Washington state. We were walk-ins but were welcomed and a room was found - thought the rate was reasonable for a large, comfortable room. There was a gym area/fitness room and a pool which we didn't try but looking through the window the indoor pool looked fine. Thought the breakfast selection was pretty good for US hotel standards (where 'continental breakfast' is often code for coffee and doughnuts!) There were scrambled eggs, sausages, breakfast cereals and toast. And there's a Denny's over the car park which is also a good sign!

This hotel is nice. it's convenient to the airport but 10-15 minuets from anything else. It was quiet and has a nice Denny's in the parking lot. The only problem is staying here without a car limits you to it being your only food option. Everything is 10 minutes away.

Near the Spokane Airport.. shuttle will take you the 2 1/2 miles to check-in. Denny's and a busy trucker gas station all in the same parking lot as this hotel. Clean quiet generally okay double check room rates... the room rate when we arrive was higher than our confirmation

Price was reasonable, called for pet fee before making reservations, told $20 for our 2 pets, on check inWas told $20 per pet, after explaining previous conversation we were charged for 1 pet. No pet area, but a Ross, Starbucks and Elmer's are within walking distance

Although the shampoo seemed watered down and the mattress pad underside was dirty when my kids went to climb in bed and pulled it up, we made the best of it for using rewards points. It was later in the evening and the kids were really tired from swimming in the pool so I didn't call the front desk. We just used the top blanket.

Its a shame because this is a truly nice hotel and easy access to the casino and the you lady Alezandra at the front desk was very kind and so helpful. Unfortunately, we will not be back again. While in the lobby we overheard the mistreatment of employees from who we assume is a party of management. The short lady with a floral shirt on August 19th was far from nice and should be repremended. There is no reason to be so terrible to your employees. This hotel lost a returning customer because of this. We will be making a formal complaint to a Best Western corporate representative

pool temp very cold and staff reluctant to change temp of indoor pool even though multiple guests complained about extreme coldness of pool... they stated they keep the pool between 70-75 degrees however it felt to be way below that.

I will always return to this hotel when I visit Spokane. The staff is fantastic, the breakfast is very good, the hotel itself is lovely, clean and quiet. I am very happy with the service and the location is really close to the airport which worked perfectly for my needs. They also have a 24 hour shuttle to the airport and a Denny's across the parking lot as well as a Subway close by if you get hungry.

Stayed here to drop my daughter off for early morning flight. They did offer a shuttle over to the airport. Had a bit of a wait for check in and although I was the last in line, one of the girls decided to take a break rather than staying and getting me checked in which I thought was poor service. Room was nice but didn't get a lot of sleep because I could some kid crying and screaming half the night. Almost called to ask for another room. Went to try to get a cup of coffee in the lobby and there was none to be had unlike other BWs that I've stayed in that offered coffee and juice 24/7. Would stay here again if catching an early morning flight, it's the best value for the area. There is a Denny's restaurant in the same parking lot and it's conveniently located off/on interstate. There is a truck stop next door but no noise issues whatsoever and very little noise issue from the interstate that we were facing.

Should of known what I was getting into when I drove up. Located between a truck stop and a Dennys. Got hit up by two different people for money in parking lot two different times going to car. The room is like they went to a rummage sale to get the furniture and Fake Grass throw pillows. Probabaly had a sale at Home depot and chose the least expensive and non coordinating bathroom tile and just slapt it together. didnt even bother to use tile grout around shower tub. Just used a big wad of caulk. Mattress sheet ripped on side of bed, disgusting. Two cycle A/C unit that roars with just the fan and then the cooler cycle comes on. Way too loud. They make a big deal about being a non smoking room yet the smell of smoke is still evident from whenever. Run the other way and spend a few extra dollars and get a decent place. At least it didnt smell like curry and chili paste and onions like most of the Best Westerns in California.

We only needed an overnight while traveling elsewhere. After checking lots of reviews this seemed to be the best value for the nicest place. I want clean and this was! Very nice newer hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location to go anyplace in Spokane area. Would definitely recommend!

despite being labeled as an airport location, it was far enough away fropm the airport to make it quiet, and comfortable. the staff was very nice and the hotel was as expected. the pool and laundry facilities were a plus!

Stayed here on move out day to catch a flight the next am. Workers were very accommodating! Had a pack and play for our daughter and all the things we forgot. Missed the breakfast that am (looked like it would be really good) but they had a brown bag with an apple water and granola bar in it for us when we departed. Denny's next door is great option for dinner or late breakfast! Perfect location to the airport with a 24/7 shuttle. All the amenities needed pool gym, store inside. Wish we would have had more time to enjoy.

I decided to stop here while traveling home from Washington. The hotel lobby looks very nice, and the people who checked me in was very pleasant and helpful. The room was quite large and looks like it is it been remodeled recently. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. A large fridge in the room and a coffee machine was appreciated. Breakfast also comes with the stay. There's a Denny's right next to the hotel, and the food there was good. The only downside seems to be the general area. There's not much to do, and it looks like a popular place for truckers. I feel it was a good deal for the money spent, and would recommend staying here.

Hotel had been updated on decor, had refrigerator and microwave in room. Breakfast was delicious with many healthy options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was excellent, close to hotel and I-90.

This was great. Clean and comfortable and good breakfast. Workers are very nice. My only comment would be to have more signage around the elevators since they are in the middle of the floor and not so easy to find.

This hotel met out needs for an overnight stop while driving across country. It is however in need of some updating, our beds were well used to the point of being worn out and soft, sheets thin and shrunk to the point they would not cover the mattress sides to the bottom. Breakfast was average. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. price was good.

Had a emergency 2 day stay at this hotel close to my vehicle repair shop Made all arrangements by phone due to being towed into town. Rate was fair Staff were pleasant and helpful Room was spacious and clean Lots of plug ins for all the electronic toys They supplied shuttle to local casino and to airport at no charge Only slight negative is has very little around it unless you take a 10 min cab ride there shuttle

Stayed here whilst passing through Spokane recently on business. I went for the brand (Best Western) yet it did not live up to its name. Was renting a car anyway yet took 10 mins to find the hotel. Truck stop and filling station next door describes the area. 24/7 Denny's supports this. Right next to freeway - could not open window for fresh air as too noisy. Rooms OK (2 double beds) yet finish felt cheap. Breakfast average. Stale muffins. Worst issue : hotel allocated somebody else to my room who crashed in at 11:20pm whilst I was asleep (luckily the door bar was on yet still a huge shock). Hotel reduced room rate for the night yet not impressed. Overall, stay on the airport site eg. Wingate.

Lots of issues. False personal interest at registration, had to break away. Told where pool was but not told closed for work, read sigh at door in swimsuit. Had to walk down hallway to find internet signal. Bed/Room well used, thin and ill fitting sheets. At breakfast, people eating waffles out of bowls (no plates), using fork and spoon handles for cutting (no knives), I asked for missing butter, out of milk, Entire experience was weird, will not be back. Overhead at adjoining table "heard that the place was going downhill, surely is". A generally unpleasant stay, still better than a motel 6 or super 8 but not worth the cost.

My wife and I visited Spokane to attend a concert at the nearby Northern Quest Resort and the BW Plus Peppertree Inn was a very convenient choice. The property is close to I-90 and the airport as well. Above average breakfast in the AM and large rooms. All in all very good value for the money spent.

You'll see on arrival that the old truck stop in front of the hotel sets the tone for the neighborhood. We didn't go out after dark because we just didn't feel safe there. For the price, I expected a much nicer room and much better breakfast offering. Both were not quite average. We asked for a non-smoking room. When we got into it, it was clearly smoked in - and not just once. To their credit, the desk help changed us quickly to another non-smoking room that had been smoked in but not as much as the first one. We decided to just go with it. Wireless network was predictably slow. Movie streaming was difficult with regular pauses for buffering. A bright spot is the Denny's next door which is well managed.

I stayed here for 2 nights in May 2018 and it was clean and conformable. Easy to get to and from I-90. Free breakfast was very simple and ends at 9am during the week which is early for when you are on vacation but there is Denny's across the parking lot. Parking lot was big and I was always able to park by the side entrance and use the stairs for a quick access to my room. No issues with Wifi. My biggest issue was that when I came back after the first night, my door was not closed all the way and anyone could have entered the room. They seriously need to talk to their housekeeping dept.

everything from the moment i called to entering the hotel was on spot friendly, clean, and there was even food and beverages! i especially was happy with the hot shower! and that i had options for food to buy after working all day very hard and not being able to eat

We only stayed one night as we were flying out the next day. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, good location. Breakfast had a good selection from pastries to cereals to scrambled eggs. The breakfast area was kept clean and stocked.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very basic so ate at the Denny's across the parking lot. The staff is where they stood out. From airport pickup to check out the staff were wonderful. I've paid less to stay in some of the finest hotels in the world. Was it worth $250+ a night - no way, not even close, but supply and demand in Spokane that weekend favored the Hotels. Location is a bit out of town so unless I needed to be near the airport or on the west side of town I would probably stay elsewhere next time.

The location is convenient to the airport. The included breakfast was good. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The service was good. In the first room we were assigned, we immediately heard a dog barking in a nearby room and asked to change rooms. Done, with no hesitation, and an apology for the need to do so.

The women and men working at this inn were remarkably friendly, helpful, and professional. I appreciate the great service they provided. My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The lobby was pleasant and light. The inn, tucked behind a restaurant and truck stop, is a real gem!

When we checked in, the staff could not find our reservation, and we were told that the hotel was totally full. When I asked if being a Platinum BW member would help, there were three available rooms. The room we were given was clean, comfortable, and recently updated. Since we had to be at the airport by 5:15 am, we were too early for breakfast, so no feedback on that.

We made an unplanned stop at the Peppertree during a haphazardly planned road trip due to a family emergency. We were exhausted and needed a stopover - would have been unsafe to continue driving. At check in we were told there were two rooms left and agreed to take one. The receptionists did not tell us the rate. I wasn't concerned - have had great experiences with Best Westerns in the past. When I was given the room keys and form to initial, found out the rate was about $100.00 higher than I was expecting. We were desperate, though, and agreed to stay. Later I confirmed the pricing was very high by looking on line and calling Peppertree back to inquire. During this call I was told that the manager would call me back "in a few minutes". Perhaps this will be resolved though I have not yet heard from them 2 hours later. Some on line reading suggests that it is not necessarily an uncommon practice among hotels to raise rates when they are near full for walk in guests. It still feels a bit like extortion from a trusted friend. The room, though small, was well appointed. No complaints about cleanliness. The walls were a bit thin and we could hear footsteps and bed squeaks from the room above. Employees were very pleasant and breakfast was good. I would probably stay there again on an upper story with a better rate.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past (years ago). I recall the staff and the hotel being more welcoming then (a welcome bag for our dog, happy hour with snacks, warmer decor.). The hotel has been updated and redecorated. Although clean looking, the new decor is very modern and almost cold. There is a happy hour but very minimal. The staff did not even offer a treat for our dog and the pet area was out of poo bags . (Fortnately, as a good dog parent, we always carry our own bags.)

The cadets enjoyed their stay at the Peppertree location and are very thankful that the staff was able to accommodate such a large group! The hotel is modern and everyone enjoyed the pool! The breakfast was worth it and we didn't have to use the Denny's across the parking lot!

When we arrived James could not find our reservation, the Jacuzzi was out of service. We are in a hurry, it took James 15 minutes to check us in. We asked about the shuttle,, it only runs at the top of the hour which meant we had 15 mins to get ready. Our room was fine, but we go to take showers and by the time I was done the water was mid calf! The evening and morning staff was very good especially Crystal.

Very nice place and located in a great spot. Very close to the airport with easy access. Also not right in town so you don't have to bother with traffic in the morning to get out of town or get to the airport.

good value (corporate rate), convenient location for my purpose, friendly staff, good hot breakfast and friendly attendants. hot tub out of order, pool hours need adjusted (would like to swim early before leaving for the reason of my stay and before kids are using it in the evenings), noise from other rooms quite clear in some instances (much like any hotel I would guess), mini fridge made a lot of noise but I got used to it (stayed 5 nights).

Hotel was located in ideal area. Staff was very professional and extremely helpful. Inside was very clean and the room was fantastic. Experienced top notch service from entire staff. Will stay here again.

If you want a place that provides a very clean room with good amenities and a very comfortable bed with the best pillows, I highly recommend this best Western. They also have a reliable airport shuttle.

One of my favorite hotels to stay in. This one happens to have terrible managers that don't put their guests first. I was given a room that was not cleaned. Moved to another room that was not cleaned. Although the staff was friendly they acted like this was no big deal. After driving all day and flying out at 6am it was a big deal! I asked for a discount for the inconvenience and was told they were waiting for the manager to return their calls and texts. By morning the manager had still not called in and I did not hear from anyone while on vacation. When I returned to the hotel they had to call the General Manager and she offered 40% of my NEXT visit!

If flying out of Spokane and need to park your vehicle, it is a great place. They supply a shuttle to and from airport. Shuttle is quick and the staff very friendly. Rooms are nice and very clean. There is a Denny's next door open 24/7 that is also clean and good food.

My son and I stayed here when we were in the area for university tours. The location was convenient and easy to get to. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. It was quite noisy in the morning by 9am. I'm not sure if it was some sort of maintenance or just general housekeeping. They have a nice breakfast area and snacks for sale. I was satisfied with the stay.

The Peppertree is very conveniently located to the airport. The staff was polite and accommodating. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Perfect for my needs on this trip. I would stay here again.

This hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is close to the airport and there is a gas station and a restaurant at the edge of their parking area. Most of all I felt safe there.

We stopped here after a long and scary drive in a blizzard. It was 11 at night and when we checked in the desk clerk said" and we have a 24 hour pool and hot tub area right over here". It was music to my ears. Why isn't every hotel this way? After checking in to our very nice pet friendly room we hit the hot tub then retired to comfortable beds. The breakfast far exceeded expectations. You won't be disappointed with this property. I plan to stay here every time I make the drive to Seattle.

Upon arrival for a three day stay (business purposes), the room did not meet expectations. Pubic hair on toilet, mess counters, slimy remote. When alerting the staff of these conditions, they did nothing. Additionally, check in services are inconsistent. Our first stay, they did not ask for our credit card up upon arrival. When trying to stay again 2 weeks later, staff did not allow my family member to stay under my credit card, despite having success with this in the past. They were rude and defensive when trying to deal with this problem. This whole mess resulted in my family member having to drive an additional 270 miles home and back to training the next day. Terrible service, moderately okay amenities.

The check in process was slow even though room was pre-paid. The night staff wasn't helpful at all. There are no posted signs as to where the elevator is and the night staff didn't offer any guidance. The cleanliness of the bathroom was horrible.

This hotel is certainly not a , "plus " in any way. The staff was fine. No problem there. The hotel was obviously differently at one time. You cannot just slap on paint, new bedspreads and wifi and call it good.

This hotel is located near the airport and at a great location. It had been remodeled in the last few years and was in great condition and very clean. The check-in and check-out experience was quick and easy. Pool, workout room, breakfast and a clean room made for a great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were recently rerouted to the Spokane airport due to weather in Seattle, and had to stay at this hotel unexpectedly. The clerk on duty was not able to make keys, so we didn't get into our room for at least an hour. The clerk made us three different keys for two different rooms. None of them worked. At that point, the clerk left the front desk, ignoring the 20 or so guests waiting in the lobby. There was no one else working at the front desk at that time.

We stayed at Peppertree Inn in Spokane, WA, on December 21st, and again on December 26th, 2017 due to travels over the holidays. After making our reservations and running into trouble with confirmations, I spoke with Marissa over the phone to confirm our reservation. Instead of pushing us off like the other staff at this hotel, she graciously spent 20 minutes guiding us to the best decisions for our reservations. Due to our late flight into Spokane during peak holiday season, she could have left us with a guaranteed reservation which would have cost us dearly given potential travel weather delays. Instead, she took the high road and told us to consider a walk-in reservation to avoid unnecessary fees which is incredibly refreshing and professional!! Additionally, when realizing we did not have the 2nd night stay reserved despite two prior phone calls to confirm the two reservations and email confirmation requests, she personally accepted responsibility for it and emailed the confirmation to me immediately. I did not have to call back to request it again. I felt confident in her abilities and skills. When we landed in Spokane, the shuttle picked us up; we had a room as promised by Marissa. This was definitely a relief at 1:30 a.m.! To top it off, the next morning, even though we missed the 9:00 a.m., breakfast deadline due to sleeping in from the flight, the manager Jamie made certain we were still able to eat. When she realized what we needed, and despite our apologies for sleeping in and not remembering the breakfast deadline as told to us at check-in, she and her breakfast staff brought us eggs, sausage, toasted bagels, cream cheese, and juice. This is, by far, the most amazing and exceptional customer service we have received in a long time by hotel staff! Jamie and Marissa, thank you for your exemplary example of hotel customer service. We had a 3am wake-up call to make our plane, so the Peppertree B-W at the airport was perfect. This is a high quality property, and on previous visits we have enjoyed the pool and the good breakfast. It's a tiny bit tricky right off the exit; just keep bearing left around the gas station (ignore that Cinnabon sign!). Signs are well posted to get you to the airport in the dark.

We have stayed here once before. Each time we've gotten a good night's sleep. The beds are really to our liking and very comfortable. Everything worked: the Internet connection was great. The hotel is nice and well taken care of. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The only negative is still the bed frames which stick out and bruise ankles. However, we were told that these will be replaced in the future. That will just about remove any negatives. The price is a little more than we'd like to pay, but there is value for the money and the location is great. We didn't eat breakfast here, so don't know if that's a plus or not. Last time, we weren't impressed with it. We'll stay here again because the overall experience is so good.

We've stayed here previously and will again when needing a room close to I-90. The staff is extremely helpful, the breakfast was more than adequate, the lobby was recently remodeled and accommodating, and the bed was so comfortable.

Went over to visit our son and wanted to be close but still needed to do stuff in Spokane. LOVED this hotel. For the price you can't beat it. Room was very spacious and breakfast was excellent. Everyone there was VERY nice and professional.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Shuttle service too! Like that animals are able to stay too. A lot of people travel with their furry kids so nice to be able to count on Best Western for reservations!!! Have traveled all over US with our small dog. She has never made noise or mess. Good area for relief and walk. Nicely maintained.

I was given the key to a room that was already occupied and a second set when the first one would not open the door. Wake up call did come as scheduled, Shuttle was not ready as scheduled, TV remote button functions were all mixed up from the labels, shower curtain leaked water through it, bath light was half out

Place is great.....on the water....food was great and coffee AWESOME.....rooms are clean.....accommodation was excellent. Will definitely be coming back I'm the future. Great location and close too pet area for those traveling with pets

What a great airport location. You could also walk to dinner. Shuttles to the airport! We are definitely returning to this facility the next time we fly out of Spokane. We went with the stay and park option. We feel our vehicle will be more secure at this location then at the airport.

I wish I had more time there, would have used the pool and exercise room, too. Exemplary service, clean, beautiful room, awesome bed. The tub was large enough to soak in, there was no noise from other guests. Nice that it had a great Denny's right next door.

Great Location, close to Airport, Casino and downtown Spokane. Easy access to Interstate and/or travel in any direction you wish to drive. The room was quiet and had a very comfortable bed. I would chose to stay again if traveling to or through Spokane.

Check in easy. Room comfortable, Bed and pillows good. Slept very well. There is heated indoor pool, - I did not use. Internet and Wi -fi - I used for the first time ever !! and it was easy to follow. Breakfast - eggs, sausage, rolls, fruit, waffles Shuttle to take to casino and pick up .

As a 20 year Diamond member with best western this place needs to be evaluated again by BEST WESTERN CORPORATE and here is why : 1 . Parking lot : not safe . Almost no lighting at night . They share the parking lot with Denny's , need I say more ? Arrived to find 2 drunk men in the parking lot wanting to fight each other . The drunk men are not The hotels fault , just another reason why not to stay here ! 2. Common Area : what comes to mind is the comment “ outing lipstick on a pig “ the smell of POT ran through the lower hallways . The fixture where old and just not inviting , let's say NOT TO THE STANDARD OF A BW PLUS , that I am used to IMHO. 3. POOL AND HOT TUB : someone who know nothing about safety or electrical code did some hack job on the hot tub jets And of course they don't work 4 . BEDDING : I am at a lose for words ......it's like my grandmothers spare room .....REALLY? 5. THE BEST FOR LAST I asked for a couple extra pillows and received 3 pillows that had yellow stains on them , AND BLACK PUBIC HAIRS ALL OVER THEM !!! Now with that said I don't believe the nice young girl saw that prior to giving them to me , I noticed it when I got to the room. If I had noticed that I would have checked out immediately, I am always worried about cleanliness and have huge concerns about bed bugs . But it was NASTY ! !!!!!!! There are lots of choices here at the airport and I would advise to seek a different lodging option If you disagree with me , look at my history . We were expecting a lot nicer place for the money. Smelled of cheap plastic. Missing coffee craft, see thru drapes and smoke alarm battery started chirping and saying change batteries early in the morning. Worker in hall way with electric drill early.

It was clean, very good breakfast, internet, service; I would prefer all of their employees wear uniforms for a more professional appearance and feel, but still a 97% on service. Excellent location for the Spokane, Airport, I-90 area combo. My half of the bed was on a down slope of about 5%, I was to tired to deal with notifying the hotel etc.

This hotel looks nice from the outside but the inside is horrible. When we first got there we had to get our keys done 3 times before it finally worked. The room was okay, not very homey or clean. The breakfast food sucked, , not much to choose from and bad selection

Have been staying at this hotel for almost 30 years and always find the staff excellent, from the general manager to the cleaning and maintenance staff. Always accommodating and helpful. Always a pleasant stay.

clean hotel near the Spokane airport. Very good value for the price. The hotel offers shuttle service to teh airport on the hour and half hour which makes this a convenient place to stay for those leaving early from theSpokane airport.

Everything is top tier. Loved the service and the bed was amazingly comfortable. My only issue was with the very slow internet. Hopefully they can upgrade their connection or resolve any issues they may be having.

Typical best western plus, hot breakfast etc. friendly staff. Very close to airport, shuttle service runs around the clock. Clean, would recommend and probably will stay here again myself when in the area. No issues. Dennys next door too.

I have stayed at this motel twice and have been extremely satisfied with my experience. As a bus tour host, I stay in many motes and this is as find a motel as any I have stayed in. Clean, convenient to the freeway and an all around great facility.

Very nice hotel at a very decent price. Breakfast items are good quality and the staff is professional, helpful and attentive when there is any issue. I experienced none again. This was my third stay in the spokane area and when I do return I will be sure to stay here again

A little noise from I-90 nearby, but other wise a great value with super friendly staff. Good free breakfast and a large pool, and jacuzzi pool, also. The exercise room is one of the best equipped I have found yet, even at higher rated hotels. It even has yoga mats and exercise balls. Just across the parking lot is a Subway, a Denny's, and a convenience store. Parking lot is large and secure.

We only stayed one night on our way home from California. The room was adequate. There were no face cloths in the room, I phone the front desk and they said they would send some up. After an hour I went to the front desk and got them myself.

Very nice hotel, with great employees and nice beds. Easy to find next to airport and right off hwy. Pets stay free which is a very big bonus. Great hot breakfest with many hot items to choose from. Lotsa parking. Thank you best western!

All staffs were extremely kind and helpful. Nice reno,too. Whenever we drive from Seattle to Calgary, we stay this hotel.Handsome young boy was very pleasant and helpful when we arrived. Breakfast was reasonable for self served but staffs were very helpful and attended. Good stay.

I've stayed at this hotel dozens of times. However, the last few times I have reserved and paid for my reservation in advance, this hotel ads an unexplained charge to your credit card after you've received your checkout folio and left the hotel. Days later the charge is credited back to the card but there is never an explanation for the additional charge. With all the credit fraud that is happening these days, this hotel should explain all charges at checkout.

This motel is very convenient for flyers in and out of Spokane being very close, 24 hour transport to airport, 24 hour Denny's across from front door. It is reasonably comfortable, clean, and convenient, and cost with decent breakfast included in cost. Ehe

This hotel is very pet friendly, whihc means that they are llowed on each level of the hotel. So if you don't want a room where pets has been, don't take this hotel. The Breakfas isn't that great either

We came in early and the staff was able to find us a room. They were very friendly and informative. The room was good but the king size bed frame was solid n you would hit you legs on it if you weren't careful. The 24 hour pool/hot tub accessibility was awesome. Food was good and if you missed it dennys was right there. Easy access from hwy 90 or hwy 2. Close to the airport but you couldn't hear the planes. Parking area could use some work.

Great stay.... when I look for a room it's just Best Western cuz I know I'm never disappointed I went across the upper part of the US across Canada and also stays at the Best Western cuz of again I'm never disappointed!

Location is right next to the airport, Denny's, and a gas station. The pool is open 24 hours. The omelette machine is somewhat confusing. Overall, the breakfast selection is average. I didn't know the yolks were packaged. Overall the stay was nice and quiet. I would go again.

Nice hotel close to airport with shuttle and a Denny's across the street. Good internet and nice gym. Pool and hot tub nice and okay breakfast. Could give more breakfast choices. Otherwise the beds were good and nicely decorated rooms. Had a fridge and microwave and coffee maker also helpful. No hot water one night but they fixed it promptly. Check in was somewhat difficult but they finally got us taken care of. All in all we would stay here again. Best thing is the location and it really is nicely decorated

Close to airport with an airport shuttle. Very close to freeway! Nice, either new or newly remodeled property. It is not close to walking distance to anything other than Denny's or Flying J. Rooms were big, pool nice, with a big varied breakfast. The hot tub did not work but that didn't bother us. The hotel staff was responsive to requests. All around great stay for a few days!

The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated and clean. Other than the trucks outside (which is to be expected and were not very loud) it was very quiet. A few of the towels were kind of dingy but most were clean looking and soft. The breakfast was very fresh variety was excellent. Dining area was large and the staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Overall great stay

Let me say at the outset that the staff at the Best Western Plus Peppertree Airport Inn is excellent and was very helpful to us several times during our short stay. That having been said, however...well, there are some problems at the BWPPAI that must be mentioned. The first of these is the location. Oh, yes, the hotel is reasonably near and convenient to the airport, but it is sandwiched in between a truck stop in front, a closed, derelict motel behind, and a busy Denny's to the side. The folks at the BWPPAI have done what they can, I think, to make the best of this unfortunate situation, but...well, it's still a situation. Then there is the business center--or rather there *isn't* a business center, and, in my book, this is a pretty big omission. Yes, I know that many people now use their i-phones or laptops for just about everything, but, for an older feller just wantin' to get his boarding passes, not having access to a computer is a major minus. (I must add that an i-pad is available from the front desk and can be used in the lobby for just such a purpose. Still, this seems a poor substitute for, say, an executive or salesman who might need to do some major computer work.) Lastly is the condition of the building itself. There was certainly nothing wrong with our room and its environs, but I am afraid that the building as a whole is getting a little tired and used up--e.g., the lighting in our bathroom provided a dim, yellow look that seemed a little too institutional for a hotel of this ilk; the ice machine near the elevator on the second floor made a noise similar to (and nearly as loud as) an F-15; and the breakfast area had a little too much of the 1970's in it for 21st Cent. tastes. Well, these are in large part quibbles, for our room was clean and quiet, and we spent a restful night. I am only saying that this Best Western is due a bit of a refurb if it wants to stay in the top echelon of Spokane hotels.

have not been back for three years going home from a two week road trip.arrived early,check in was no problem. was assigned a room on the second floor which was ok.front desk staff was nice, the overall look of the lobby very open. NOTE: the floors are very thin,you can here people above you walking around. should of asked for a third floor room?

We stayed at this hotel the night before an early morning departure flight. We were able to drop our car off at the rental company the night before and the hotel picked us up to take us to the hotel and then took us to the airport early the next morning. Great to have the shuttle, made things so easy. Very clean room, nice amenities. We did not have the breakfast as we left too early but all Best Westerns have very good breakfasts

We stayed here because for some reason even average hotels in Spokane exceed 200 per night. We knew it was an airport property but it it clearly caters to a generally lower class of clientele. Rooms were very average to below average. On our last day the housekeeping staff didn't even bother to make up our room. No fresh towels or tidying up. We had to call three times to get fresh towels and on the last night the fire alarm was activated twice. Once at 130 and again at 430. The staff were not even close to apologetic. This is a very mediocre hotel.

Used this as a quick overnight for access to the airport. It's about 10-15 minutes away and in a fairly quiet location. Denny's is in the same parking lot. Quiet hotel. We were on the first floor and there is quite a large space under the door so the hallway light illuminates the room a fair bit-I was too lazy to get up and stuff something along the door. If you like a dark room than it is annoying. Booked and paid for a King bed via hotels.com and when checked in and was told they had over-booked King rooms and had none left so offered me a Queen. When I reminded the clerk I had paid for a King--they found me one quickly. Overall ok but would probably look for a different one next time. Breakfast starts at 0600 so if you have an early morning flight like we did than you're out of luck!

The staff were excellent, the shuttle to the airport was great, timely and convenient. Would stay here again if in the Spokane area. They were able to recommend a place to eat and where to find some supplies that we needed. Offered 24 hour shuttle, coffee, fitness and pool.

The check-in staff were very friendly. The hotel was renovated and the decor was cute. The hot tub was clean and hot. The bed was a little lumpy, although the sheets were clean and the room was nicely lit and decorated. Clean bathroom.

We always stay at Best Western if we are able and then, preferably a Best Western Plus which this one is. This facility was well appointed, appeared fairly new, was clean and had great WiFi reception. Front desk very helpful. Breakfast is nice to have when traveling and this one had a good variety of choices including hot scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage plus cereal, toast, pastries, bagel, juices, yogurt.

The ladies that checked me in were very helpful. They told me about the hotel The fitness center and the pool were open 24 hours. Breakfast was served at 6 am. There was transportation available. Really liked this place and I was able to bring my dog.

Was able to find this hotel at the last minute after a long drive, and after having no success at previous stops earlier in the day. Was extremely pleased that I found this quality hotel on such short notice!

My mom and I came into town for a concert at the casino and stayed at this hotel. When we checked in my Mom had forgotten her AAA card, so we did not get the discount. The room had a funny smell and our door didn't lock. We really didn't sleep because it was like we were sleeping on a spring, the beds were horrible. I was woken up early in the morning due to slamming of door around our room from other guests. I also had to place a pillow over my head due to too much noise above our room and what appeared to have been people having intercourse and making noises next to our room or above (I really couldn't tell.....and frankly didn't want to). I know that you can't control what other people do, but there should be something that can be done to not allow the doors to slam shut. We were very disappointed in this Best Western. It is definitely the worse one we have ever been to. The price is outrageous!! Especially when I found the same hotel on hotels.com for almost $100 cheaper....which they wouldn't honor either. I will definitely do much more research before booking with a Best Western again. We also couldn't connect to the "free" wifi. We just figured they were all great.....we were sadly proven wrong.

ADA room, yet not able to get in the bathroom nor around furniture. Couldn't get up to the sink nor reach the cups. Bathtub was supposed to be roll in shower instead it was deep with a bar. Only automatic door is front entrance which is always from the handicap spots. Very dis-satisfied!

Went to Spokane Washington for my 40th high school reunion and stayed at the Pepper Tree, as we have on numerous trips.As usual our stay was very comfortable and relaxing. We plan to stay at the Pepper Tree again in the future.

We stayed one night . The staff was very friendly .Clean room. The shower had a loud squeal. Breakfast was unimpressive. Big downside was inability to connect to wifi in our room. I would stay again if I needed proximity to the airport.

Recently stayed here while on travels. Night manager and other staff that I interacted with were professional and courteous. Room was nicely decorated and clean. I was driving a moving truck so easy access from freeway was important and couldn't have asked for an easier place to access. Staff were very accommodating in regards to me being able to park the truck in the lot. There was ample room for several big rigs that were parked there for the night as well.

The airport shuttle took over a half an hour due to no available staff, checking in took a long time due to many people and one person working. The reservation was lost, then they tried to charge us walk in rate. Told us we had the same room as booked, but when we got upstairs it was not. Too busy to handle the problem or care. Over charged in the end and no staff to help with the billing problems

I chose this hotel because it had a 24 hour complimentary airport shuttle and the hotel is 5 minutes from the airport.. My husband and I landed at GEG at 1 AM. I called the hotel as soon as we received our luggage. Expecting to wait about 10 minutes turned into 45 minutes. We had to call the front desk 3 times to check on the status of the shuttle. They finally realized after our third call that the driver went to the Grey Hound Station instead of the airport. When we arrived to the hotel the guy at the front desk did not apologize and was pretty unprofessional. Needless to say, we got in bed much later than we had hoped.

Great stay in Spokane. Nicely redone since I stayed last. Clean and comfortable. Love the pillows. Caring staff that always smiles. Breakfast was ok. Missed some breakfast meat that wasn't in the scrambled eggs already. Other than that, very good experience and would definitely recommend.

The location of this hotel is ideal if you are trying to access the airport. A Denny's restaurant is across the parking lot. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly but the walls, doors and ceilings are thin. Dogs barking in other rooms were easily heard, as well as any conversation in the hallway. If you are a light sleeper or really need a night of rest I wouldn't recommend this particular Best Western.

I love BW plus hotels and usually book them while traveling over other hotels. We cancelled our reservation in Pasco to stay here and man were we disappointed. Room wasn't too bad, nice and A/C worked well. Wifi didn't seem to work well. We went down to swim and there were no towels. They did bring some out as soon as we asked. Pool room smelled horribly of chlorine. Most of the time pools smell that bad they aren't clean. Hot tub tile was old and patched poorly. concrete around pool was cracked and dirty. Not at all up to the standard of most BW + that are super clean. Parking was super tight. We had asked since I was driving a 24' truck. Got there and parking was a joke, no parking for a big truck except along one small side. I had to back it up just to get out of main lot and it was super tight. Don't stay in room 106! At night we had a lady above us walking around all night and early morning. It was crazy loud and there was a squeaky floor board. I called the front desk and he said he'd "go up and knock on her door" obviously he didn't since it kept up all night and started in at 4am again. Super annoying to not be able to sleep even with ear plugs. Breakfast was ok, lobby was nice. Front desk lady on check in was young and seemed annoyed with us and the ringing phone, not great personality. On check out the lady working was much nicer and seemed to actually like her job. I wouldn't ever stay here again. Seems like the hotel is getting old and not being up kept very well.

was a good price for the room, staff was clean and helpful. The van that runs to the casino was great and its runs every 30 mins. The staff was clean and helpful, the breakfast was good it looked nice and there was ample food to choise from. The bed was soft and had plenty of pillows.

Very nice stay our family enjoys staying at all the Best Western Peppertree's , clean rooms, great service, hot breakfast and the coffee is like the best if your a coffee lover!! The indoor pool is a big plus! and having family restaurants near by is nice :)

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough but the $200.00 per night was excessive. The room was not worth that much. The best thing I can say is they allow pets and have a very nice grassed area for your pet.

Good accommodations at a fair price. Although located between a busy highway and airport, noise was not an issue. Although not located on the airport itself, access to the airport was a piece of cake.

Firstly, the driveway is terrible, lots of bumps and potholes and traffic from Denny's and the truck stop. I booked a room for 3 adults, our room was stocked with two bath towels and only one washcloth. It was clean enough at first glance, but then I noticed the spill down the front of the nightstand, the dirty knobs and switches, and the carpet pulling up in the corners. This room was clearly updated in recent years, but everything could have used a good wipe down. The breakfast service was quite rough. when we first arrived (with still over an hour of service left) there were no utensils, and no food in the hot bar. The utensils arrived, and one tray of hash browns, but then they ran out of plates. There were toppings for an oatmeal bar, but no oatmeal. Bread and pastries were restocked, but pastries were frozen. The juice machine had a giant spill under it. All of these issues probably could have been solved with a couple more people working the dining room. As we prepared to leave for the day, we noticed our door wasn't staying locked. We had to call maintenance and wait for someone to come change the batteries in the electric lock. The room keys never did work on the outside doors. The information sheet in the room said vending and ice machines were on the first and third floors, but I walked every hallway of the third floor and could not find it, so ended up going to the first floor. The one positive I can think of is that I could not hear any plane noise, even though we were so close to the airport. It was an ok stay, but next time I will spend an extra $20/ night and stay somewhere else. I honestly picked this hotel over another because of the included breakfast, but I just ended up disappointed.

Good clean property but we got a rude woman when we checked in at the front desk: no hello, kept talking to a co-worker in another room, and treated us like we were in her way... too bad since everyone else was nice and they even have mini-freezers in their fridges and a 24-hour gym. The indoor pool is quite small.

Used this as our jump off for a ski trip. Hotel room was spacious. Nice and clean. Breakfast was great! Love having the belgian waffle for breakfast. Easy access to the airport (We landed late, and had to pick up a friend early AM from the airport as well).

Nice Hotel. Room was quite roomy and comfortable. Only real complaint was that the internet connection is not secure, and therefore we could not conduct business or financial transactions. Other than that, the hotel services were good.

I have stayed at this hotel before and have always liked it. Very comfortable bed and clean rooms. Breakfast items are fresh there is usually lots of choices . Staff is very friendly and the hotel looks great inside and out.

When traveling on business or leisure, I always stay at Best Western, but definitely must stay at the BW Plus Peppertree when visiting Spokane. The staffs is very friendly and willing to assist with whatever possible. The hotel is clean and orderly. Keep up the great work!

Host Hotel staff was very pleasant and our rooms were very clean! Would recommend this place very close to the interstate and very close to shopping on the North End of Spokane. If you like to gamble the casino is only 10 minutes away.

The main reasons why we chose to stay at BW+ Peppertree was that they had a Family Suite option and an Indoor Pool. The suite was nice, but the pool was a little chilly. The breakfast was ok, would have liked more options. Had the waffles which the kids love to make. Located right near the I-90 and has shuttle service for Airport and Amtrak which was great. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely stay . He enjoyed the hotel and right across the street we have a Denny's restaurant . receptionist was very helpful of the staff of the best western . We asked for an upgrade but we came in late and they couldn't help us put our room was perfect .

Front desk personnel went above and beyond with helping us. Due to having an older dog and needing to have a bottom floor room, they put us in a kitchenette when there weren't any other pet rooms available on the bottom floor. They have a really nice large area of grass to walk your dog.

Too many problems to note, but paramount was that the hotel shuttle service failed to take us to the airport. We were 3 minutes late to the lobby due to an unexpected broken elevator and had to haul bags down three flights of stairs. The manager couldn't care less. The shuttle did not return to the hotel because the driver was doing errands. The manager made no effort to help. The manager blamed us for being late despite the broken elevator and offered ZERO assistance. Eventually, the maintenance man offered to take us to the airpor. Also, the room smelled like smoke; the bathroom light quit working; internet was very slow; breakfast was cold; and the a/c was inadequate! BW Coporate hasn't even responded to my complaint.

Great hotel! It's up-to-date and very convenient to the airport. My wife and I have a long drive to the airport which is hard to do on the mornings of early departures. We have been looking for a good hotel that is reasonably priced close to the airport. This is it! We will definitely stay here the next time the need arises.

I made the reservation a week ahead as we were traveling and had a cat. I was reassured by the assistant manager that the cat would be fine. She even sent me an email with that notation (which, thank goodness I kept). Two hours out, driving on the freeway, I get a call saying they would not accept the cat. I asked to speak to the assistant manager and she finally agreed that she had, in fact, said it was fine. I worried for 2 hours that I would get there and they would again say no. But we arrived with no comment. Funny thing, our cat was well mannered and quiet. The dog across the hall barked for 3 hours straight.... The suite was nice, good size, comfortable. Very easy on and off freeway. Denny's across the parking lot, but nothing else nearby.

Even though we had to go downtown Spokane, it was still easy to get there and experienced no downtown or freeway noise. We had a nice breakfast that had something for everyone. Good value for the money.

Great staff at this hotel and great location to Airport 24 pool and fitness. The staff particularly Mykala at the desk was phenomenal in her service delivery, focus, knowledge and ability to juggle many tasks while providing great service and advice.

The staff was terrific! They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. They even joined in our impromptu sing a long. The pool was sparkling clean.The fitness center had loads of equipment. The breakfast was good and they served a lot of people very quickly. They even had carry out bags for people in a hurry. They printed out our boarding passes for us to save time at the airport.

Hotel was clean and new with excellent staff, however... the area is frequented by semi trucks that have torn up the parking lot entrance/exit creating giant potholes. Unfortunately, these are not visible when filled with rain and caused serious damage to my car. I don't know who 'owns' this area as it seems to be a common entry but it needs to be fixed! Hopefully they will get repaired quickly.

Room was nice enough however walls are very thin. Could hear everything in the hallway, the ice machine a few doors away, noise from the lobby and the people above us walking around. Unfortunately all the noise made it very difficult to sleep and we left exhausted.

We spent six nights at this hotel. Accommodations are adequate, but not much more than that. The support of the mattress on the king sized bed was almost nonexistent, and it sat very low to the floor - not great when you have knee issues. We both returned with back pain that we didn't have when we left on the trip. The light in the bathroom flickered like a night club strobe light when it was turned on. The complimentary breakfast was decent if not spectacular. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is good (just off I-90). If you are renting a car (as we were), it is also close to the airport and there is an adjacent truck stop where you can refuel your car just before returning it. There is no dresser in the room and no couch (only two chairs). Apart from the drawer in the nightstand, there are three drawers underneath the microwave (the last place that I would have looked). There is a microwave and mini refrigerator in the room, which is convenient. There is a small store where you can buy necessities. Ice machines are on every floor. The vending machines have only drinks, no food items. The indoor pool and the fitness center are both open 24 hours, and the pool area includes a hot tub with a ten-minute timer. You access both areas with your room key (a card with a magnetic stripe). The pool is quite large, with depths ranging between three and five feet. Perhaps the strangest feature of the room were two pillows that were put on the bed. On one side was regular fabric, and on the other side was a bizarre green covering that looked like a cross between shag carpet and Astroturf. It was very stiff. I can't imagine that anyone believed that these would be a good idea. They must have gotten a great price on them. The fibers were very stiff, no way that I would have used them on a bed. I have included a picture for your amusement. This place might be OK for a night or two, but I don't recommend it for a long term stay, primarily because of the beds.

On a business trip covering Southern Alberta, southern BC, and the Spokane area. Got to the hotel and was please with the exterior appearance of the property. Clean and neat and tidy. Check-in was just fine. The room was great. Had a meal across the parking lot. Maybe next time I may have time to explore this area of Spokane and experience some craft beer places!

Close to the airport, comfortable, clean, smell-free, silent and helpful staff. It was the ideal stay. Room had a microwave and a fridge (call ahead to confirm), which, for me, are essential, as I like to prepare my own meals and snacks.

This is an older hotel that has been remodeled. The decor is beautiful and the staff was wonderful. Our bed was a bit hard but that was the only complaint I would have. However, my husband slept really well.

After a long drive, I needed a good place to unwind from the stress of driving. This location provided that relief! Extremely clean rooms, quiet, and not far from the airport should you need to be flying in and out. It is also very close to interstate 90 so it is a quick on and off. I enjoyed my stay and restful night sleep.

Best Western makes you pay whether you check out early! UNBELIEVABLE! Never AGAIN will I ever be taken by these people! If you need to stay somewhere be sure to check the cancellation policy for the fine print.

Place was your typical 2-2.5 star hotel. Breakfast buffet was the best part of the stay. Sofa wasn't very comfortable. We were looking for things to do and couldn't find any flyers or brochures at the hotel.

This hotel is overpriced for what you get. The front of the hotel looks more like the back and you practically have to drive through a gas station to get to the hotel, weird. Not terribly inviting. The one thing I did like was the breakfast - it was above average.

Spent the night here before flying out of Spokane and couldn't have picked a better location with a reasonable price. The rooms are large, clean and well equipped. Free shuttle service is available to the airport and other nearby locations. Excellent hot breakfast to start the day.

Van was clean, hotel was nice, swimming area needed curtains, I liked big screen tv in lobby, lobby bathroom was dirty and dark. Breakfast was awesome! Nice van drivers who took the time to drive us to airport/restaurant.

Everything was first-class. The room was clean and spacious. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a good visit The breakfast bar was the best-stocked and most creative one we have encountered. This was probably our best hotel experience ever for a hotel in this price range.

I would definitely stay here again. The shuttle to the casino was a big hit! The staff was very helpful and had great attitudes and recommended great restaurants. The fitness center is opened 24 hrs and that's a big plus

The overall experience was very good. There is not breakfast options for vegan , more for vegetarian who eat eggs, and drink milk. There is a growing awareness of he impact of meat and milk on health and increasing number of people are vegan . Therefore hotel should make option for vegan - tofu and soy substitute

The hotel its self is quite nice, the breakfast was AWESOME, and the pool and fitness areas are great! The rooms are clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated, the lobby and breakfast areas are nice. For me, what shined the most was the staff! The staff at this hotel take pride in their work and it shows! Everyone from the shuttle drives, the front desk staff, the cleaning staff, and the ones running the breakfast area. They were all very courteous and professional. I really can't say enough about the great staff! The only negative, which has nothing to do with staff or facility, is that there isn't much around the hotel. The shuttle can take you a few places so if you plan to explore the area rent a car or use uber!

Room was spacious I was upgraded bed was comfortable snhower was weird it was a upright soaker tub slash shower very awkward. Oatmeal was cold brown sugar hard staff was professional for the most part. Late night staff was looked unkempt. Over all ok experience other than weird shower & cold oatmeal

This is a very pleasant place to stay, not far from the river and great running, walking, riding paths. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable and readily available 24 hours. Unlike many facilities, this one has the pool, hot tub and other amenities available for a full 24 hours. The rates were another attractive feature. The Inn is also well situated to some great restaurants and for those who like it, golf courses.

Now I know why all other local airport hotels were filled, and the Best Western was the only one with space available . . . because everyone else had previously experience POOR quality at any price! Bad room decorations, TV remote did not work unless you stood 1 ft. away from TV because it must have needed a battery to work - The only way to turn off the desk lamp was to unplug it - Did not get wake-up call and almost missed the flight - Don't expect to get your receipt even if promised with Express Checkout - - This list could go on and on, but not worth the effort to further list more reasons! I will end on one positive note: Even though the hotel was located right next door to a busy truck stop, the hotel was quiet and I only had to dodge the 18 wheelers while entering and exiting the one driveway that served both locations,

sad that the shuttle that we usually use to get from hotel to race was no longer being offered. Had to get up extra early to leave to find a parking spot. which when you are doing a race that is the last thing you want to worry about.

Hotel used my rewards number to book rooms for 3 different nights, the problem is I did not make the reservations or stay there. I only noticed because I got an email from BW asking how mt stay was. When I called customer service to report someone using my account, they removed the stays worth 4800 points but took 32,000 points off of the account. I will never stay at a Best Western again.

Room was clean and neat, staff was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast had a large selection of food and they opened up early for some of us that had to leave by 6 a.m. We enjoyed our stay and next time we stay in Spokane we will stay here.

I needed a place to stay that was close to the airport and offered a place to leave my car for four days. The shuttle was accommodating to my needs and my car was safe. I slept well and really enjoyed the breakfast they had to offer...so many choices. The staff was funny and friendly. I was right across from the elevator and worried it would be too noisy, but it was not problem. The pool and hot tub are open 24 hours...can't beat that. Denny's across the parking lot and they have a full bar or family dining area. No complaints and I have stayed in very expensive hotels that had less to offer.

Wonderful hotel! Many little touches that were much appreciated (soap/shampoo dispenser, lots of soft towels, very pet friendly). Very quiet, never heard neighbors or the close airport. Shuttle to/from airport was great! Denny's across the parking lot was good - new menu, great salads!

One of best breakfasts I have experienced at a BW. Make your own omelet was a very pleasant surprise. The staff was truly exceptional, I have never had so many employees volunteer how much they loved working at Best Western. It showed in their service! I would return without question.

Nice place better than other airport choices. Bed good. Room clean, staff friendly. Would stay again in the future. Need to be more attentive to the be members. Internet was flaky at best. Improvement

First impression was a friendly check in person who directed us to the stairs the furthest away from our room. Second impression was the ugliest shag throw piillows on the bed. My third impression was opening the fridge in our room and placing my hand in something sticky. On the positive side, it was quiet when we kept the window shut. It turned out to now be a great location as there was not much close to the hotel for dining choices. But it was easy access to the I-90 to drive the 5 miles into town. They have the most extensive complimentary breakfast that I have had in a hotel. Don't miss it!! The pool/hot tub was rarely busy which was a plus. Despite these positives, this hotel appears to be very overpriced for its location and amenities. I would not stay here again unless it was under $80/night US.

Clean quiet hotel. Great breakfast. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed. Near major highway so easy to go anywhere. No shopping nearby. Gas station beside parking lot and 2 dining options and Cinnabon also right there. Staff very friendly and professional.

This is the place to stay when visiting the Spokane and Airway Heights area and its very near the airport too. We stay here very time we visit here - about 4 times a year. The rooms are clean and perfect in every way, the staff is great and breakfast is wonderful.

all of the hotel staff made sure that our stay was lovely. All aspects of the stay were nice. The only complaint was that the fitness room had no circulation so all of the very nice plastic/latex equipment has not off-gassed. It was entirely unbreathable in the fitness room. I worked out in my room instead even though I had looked forward to using the equipment in the fitness room. But other than that, the stay was lovely.

My husband and I decided to go visit some friends stationed at Fairchild AFB in Spokane and we looked into staying on base but they were completely booked. So, we looked into Stratford Suites but they booked as well since the ZAGS were playing over the weekend. We then came across BW Plus near the Airport. We made the best choice going through BW but the price could've been better. Overall, our stay was wonderful for my family and I.

We spent the night here on either end of our trip to Mexico. We parked our car and were delivered by the hotel shuttle to the airport in the morning, and when we arrived late at night and called them it only took them about 10 minutes to pick us up. The beds were extremely comfortable and the breakfast was generous and delicious!

We stay here when coming and going from a visit with our son and his family. BW Peppertree Inn makes it so easy for us. We fly in at midnight and they pick us up at the airport. We have a fast check-in and fall into bed. In the morning we enjoy a hot breakfast before the kids pick us up. On our way way, we get a great night's sleep and get a lift to the airport at 4:30 in the morning to begin our journey home.

Pet friendly, beautiful spacious, clean king first floor room. Great parking. Comfy bed and pillows. The building is either new or recently renovated and is nice throughout. We just happened upon this lost, and we're surprised to find a reasonably priced, great room at the last minute. Front desk was especially helpful and friendly.

They were really so helpful, especially Mo. When I had a problem with my TV the first time I stayed there with my boyfriend for a weekend getaway from the teenagers, she took the time to make sure it was hooked up correctly, and this time when I came in she recognized me and was very welcoming. Great staff! Could you plz turn up the hot tub some, though? Thats my only thing id change.

My and son & I stopped here on our way to Portland OR. The desk clerk said the property was completely remodeled a few years ago, and it shows. The interior was very clean and looked brand new. Our room on the 3rd floor was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Same as above. The hotel just looked out dated and was in need of repairs in the room. Heater did not work the 1st night. Wanted to tell somebody,but it was 2am & we just got off a plane and were tired.

Hotel was great. Food was great. Staff was great. Only negative thing I can say was my phone and laptop. Could not connect wirelessly to the Internet. Made for a frustrating experience being my mobile carrier does not get the best service.

We were on our way to Montana, so this was an easy stop off I-90. Close to the airport, but I didn't hear any airport noise. About 10 minutes away from Spokanimal Dog Park, which is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. We wanted to let our dogs run around before getting back in the car for a few hours. There is a nice, large, grassy area to take your dogs to relieve themselves. If your dog is well-behaved, you could probably toss a ball a few times and let them run a bit. It's not totally fenced in. We arrived too late to experience the Happy Hour. Did have breakfast there, the usual hotel buffet fare. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. We had a king room that even had a couch (hide-a-bed).

To hot to sleep!! It was unbearably hot they keep the heat in the hallway to hot..even with the air conditioner on or the windows wide open in the room, we could not sleep!!! After complaining we were transfer downstairs.. the night girls said upstairs is always unbearable hot they tell management all the time and they do nothing to rectify the problem. And that's one of their biggest complaints. shuttle drivers are not very experienced downtown running over curbs, almost sideswipe Park cars. And the worst of them all they charge your card when and whatever, they feel, not what was agreed upon... I currently have a fraud case going with my bank against this hotel!! I'd advise do not give your card over the phone... I will make sure everybody I know from Montana that goes over to Spokane often does not stay in this hotel!! Beware of this hotel!!

Conveniently located close to the airport, Denny's across the parking lot, pool open 24/7, while located next to a gas station and highway, the room was quiet. First time to stay and got caught in a shift change with my airport arrival at 9:40pm, made a call for a shuttle at 9:50pm and was told the next shuttle departed at 10pm and it would arrive by 10:10pm, made a second call for shuttle at 10:20pm and was told the shuttle would be there in 10 minutes, but did not arrive until 10:40, after riding the route, one could have walked to the hotel in less time, but the hotel was not visible from the shuttle pickup nor were there sidewalks along the entire route.

My husband and I stayed here on two separate nights in September 2016 (before and after our flights in/out of Spokane Airport). Best Western Plus hotels are generally about the same, and we found this one to be perfect for our overnight needs. Convenience to the airport as well as the Interstate made this a very easy access place to start and end our road trip to Glacier National Park. The beds were comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. There is a Denny's restaurant and a truck stop next door. At first we were concerned about a problem with noise, but it was very quiet both times we were there. The breakfast was standard fare for this type of hotel, and we found it to be more than adequate for our tastes. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very helpful I called ahead to make a reservation and when I got there the next day they got me right into my room. Check out was not an issue at all dropped off my keys to the front desk and was back on the road.

Excellent value for money. Courteous and helpful staff. The free breakfast was a delightful surprise with freshly made waffles and omelets. The location at the airport area allows business travelers fast access to flights to conduct business trips efficiently. Will stay there on every trip.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent with a great number of different selections to choose from. Location was good for what we needed. It was out of the hustle and bustle of the city.

Our main reason for using this hotel in the past has been the free parking when flying from GEG airport. This is no longer an option at this hotel. Additionally; the cleaning staff entered our room unannounced while I was in the bathroom, even though the "do not disturb" sign was still placed on the doorknob.

great hotel to stay in and also the closeness of Denny's is a real plus. have stayed at this best western for 5 years at least twice a year. always a good stop.the staff and the general manager have always been very helpful if we had an issue which we haven't.

Hotel and food as expected for well run Best Western. Location is just a few miles from downtown Spokane. Staff extremely helpful and courteous! If room had pull-out couch instead of 2 padded chairs, it would have been a plus for families.

Good location on the eastern outskirts of Skokane. We chose it because we had good success with the BW in Arlington. They only had one room left with a king or two double which was a handicap accessible room. Would not have been our choice because it makes the layout awkward. It is quiet despite being be the freeway. Parking is plentiful and close to the entrances. We thought the housekeeping was not up to snuff when we saw footprints in the elevator lobby and the elevator but thought they could have been from someone returning from the pool. However, we found the same footprints in the room and cleaned them up. Check-in was quick and efficient. We were not fans of the air conditioning system. It was pretty loud and billowed up the curtains and up the window instead of out into the room. I fixed that by putting some cushions against the curtains. We checked out early as we wanted to be on our way. The desk clerk checked us out and then since she was also starting to set up breakfast she prepared a breakfast to go but also brought out some yogurt and juice that we could eat quickly there. She saved the day for us and also bumped the caused me to bump the rating from 3 to 4.

Very clean, comfortable beds, awesome breakfast. Downside was that we were contacted once before the day of arrival and twice the day of arrival to confirm reservation. A bit over kill. Also was told on the last call that they were calling to make sure we were coming so that we weren't charged a late fee. We would have called the day before, before the time of cancellation. Also, we confirmed with a credit card. Felt we were being bugged too much.

The Best Western Peppertree is conveniently located near the Spokane International Airport with plenty of rooms that can accommodate you and your partner or family. Rooms are clean, up-to-date, and with all the amenities you need for a short or long stay. In our future visits to family living in Idaho on the Snake River we will book this motel for sure!

So we love the BW Peppertree not only for the nice room & wonderful staff, but if you get there in time they have a lovely little happy hour for their guests. It's awesome! I've never been to a hotel that has a happy hour, that doesn't have an actual bar. What a unique idea. Not that we are big drinkers but what a nice way to relax after a day of driving. Even the Denny's across the parking lot has a quaint little lounge and some great food. I highly recommend this place. Price was great as well.

We reserved a room at this hotel knowing we had a flight that arrived late at night and needed shuttle service to the hotel. We arrived at midnight and the hotel sent out the shuttle after we called. Friendly shuttle driver picked us up. Check in and out was fast and efficient. The room was a bit quirky with the sink in the room. Breakfast was great - make your own omletts was a surprise. I would stay here again.

We checked in around 8:30pm and asked the front desk if they could match any rates we found online. They could not, so we sat in lobby and booked our room online instead. The front desk manager, Mo, is a warm and helpful agent, who gave us great advice on touring downtown Spokane. The sheets, however, were not clean. I reported this directly to the front desk and with housekeeping already gone home, and no other king suites available, I was forced to change the sheets myself. We found the breakfast to be quite good the next morning and all the staff at the property were exceptionally friendly and warm. At check-out the same manager assured me that she would be in touch with me regarding rectifying the matter about the clean sheets. It's only been three days, but she has yet to reach out. I would not stay here again.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and whatever they have done to this hotel with changing of interior, rooms, entrance, furniture and all has totally wrecked it. There was animal hair on our little couch and the carpet. The people at the desk were still super, as was the breakfast and attendants in the breakfast area. This is no longer a place that we will stay. The abandoned hotel next door does nothing to add any pluses to this Best Western. The old hotel was 100 percent better than it is now. They need a totally new decorator!

Stayed one night with a Park and Fly, 6:00 AM shuttle with a nice friendly Shuttle Driver even though it was 5:45 AM, Found the front check staff to be very helpful even with getting my boarding passes printed out for me................Looked like a great Breakfast but was up and gone before 6:00. Missed happy hour but will fly on a different day next time............

Wonderful front desk staff. I was helped by Mercedes and she was patient and helpful with all my questions. Clean and large room. Warm breakfast, with more options than I expected. They even have a to go bag for early check out customers.

Had a very nice stay at this hotel. It is beautifully decorated. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the Happy hour and breakfast. Having the pool accessible 24 hours was a nice option. The check-out time was later than most hotels, which is nice. Really enjoyed my stay here.

The only reason I gave this a poor instead of terrible is because the staff was pleasant. The room was not clean. Floors sticky, toilet smelled of urine, toaster oven was dirty. Not a good experience. We canceled our second night.

We needed last-minute overnight lodging on the final night of a 10-day road trip through the northern plains and Rocky Mountain states. We chose the Best Western Plus Peppertree Airport Inn based on its location close to a freeway in the direction we were headed. The price was competitive with other properties in the area and we are BW members. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality and comfort of the room, the quality of the breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. For a quick, overnight stay, it was perfect for our needs.

Last night at the Best Western Peppertree near the Spokane airport was the worst and most bizarre night I have ever spent in a hotel. I was in a room with my son. Around midnight, two strangers unlocked the door to our room and began entering until I woke up and yelled at them. Somehow the front desk gave them card keys to my room. Then at 1:37 a.m. the phone rings, I answer and the caller hangs up. This happens three more times. The fifth time the caller speaks and it's the front desk. She says the manager told her to call to ask my name because they didnt record it when I checked in. This is at 1:37 a.m.!!! So if you want strangers entering your room and the front desk calling you in the middle of the night, stay here. Otherwise, avoid it at all costs.

We stayed here because it was close to the airport since we had an early morning flight. Since we left the hotel at 4 am we weren't able to have breakfast. However, in our gift bag we had a couple of granola bars that we were able to use for breakfast. Free parking was limited and we were lucky enough to grab a free spot. We knew if we left we would lose the spot so we walked to dinner. There are several choices within walking distance. We got an evening fresh baked cookie in the lobby. When we got ready to go to sleep, there was lots of traffic noise for several hours. In the morning I was hearing TV or music. When I walked into the hall the music was coming from the speakers. 4am is too early to have music going through the intercom. The bed was comfortable.

This place was ok. Not the most comfortable beds. The free breakfast was a joke. If you were not there when it opened you were not going to get food really. When we go back this will not be where we stay.

Old, worn out hotel. The lobby looks nice and that's about it. When we walked into our room, the bleach smell was so strong that our eyes were burning. The AC wasn't running which is weird because we had reservations and it was HOT outside. We decided to go out to eat and try to let the bleach smell dissipate and let the room cool down. The refrigerator didn't work; the beds were uncomfortable, the sheets were pilled. As I said, old & worn out. The breakfast was mediocre. How this hotel was named a Best Western Plus is beyond my comprehension unless there's no longer any standards to earn this rating. CANNOT recommend this hotel.

We booked two rooms and try though they may the best Western computer system would not allow them to allow two different credit cards. I am not exaggerating when I say it took over an hour to check in. Otherwise okay. Except for breakfast. The yogurt was only a little bit expired. You can do better.

I think we got the same room. Banged chins on that platform bed several times- comfy bedding, dated hotel but clean. Very friendly nite staff. Denny's just a few feet for a quick bite to eat. One nite for us- in 10pm and out by 8 am.

We stayed at this Best Western for one night while on a mini road trip. We use BW frequently and this location was good. The room was large. It had 2 queens and a rather large seating area with a couple chairs along with the usual desk dresser, etc. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was ample but very busy. The staff struggled to keep up with demand but I did not go away either hungry or feeling like I missed something. Our only complaint would be the AC unit. We like the fan on all night and this one cycled on and off. It also seemed to stay warmer than we wanted even though we turned the temp way down. The location is very convenient being right off the freeway with gas and another restaurant in the parking lot. I would stay here again if in the area.

We enjoyed both the pool and hot tub during our 3-day stay at this hotel and really appreciated the fact that it was open 24 hours a day! The staff was friendly, and the breakfasts were wonderful. (We did go down a little later for breakfast as we heard it could be very busy at times.) They had many options including omelettes, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, yogurts, cereal, donuts, fritters, etc. We were amazed at the selection! Great stay and great visit to Spokane!

Always enjoy staying at Best Western Hotels! This is a very nice place to stay, BUT there were not enough towels in our room, and no extra blanket in the closet that my husband likes to use cause I prefer sleeping in a cold room. :-) Also don't like when the fan doesn't stay on all night for the air conditioner. Goes off & on all night. Their breakfast looked great, but we just walked right over to Dennys next door because there were others using the make your own omelet machines, and it was a bit busy there at the hotel breakfast. Dennys was a great place next door to get a good quick meal with great service.

Spent one night at this hotel while on a road trip. The location was convenient to the freeway, airport and gas station. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had the usual items (cereal, fruit, yogurt, bread, muffins, etc.) and make-your-own omelets. The staff was nice and professional. We chose this hotel because of it's convenience to the freeway, and this hotel could accommodate parking for our small moving van. If we are on another road trip and need to stay near the freeway, we will stay here again.

Normally I love Best Western. We had reserved a king room which are usually large enough for us and all our luggage/stuff (we bring pillows and a cooler). The bed was in some strange type of frame that stuck out 2" from the bed all the way around. The room was already too narrow to begin with. There was probably 2 feet of walking room between the bed and the TV/fridge/desk/luggage rack. I'm sure I bruised my shins 6 times in the first hour and several times during the night. We also had many issues with their TV remotes. Thank goodness for Mo, the front desk clerk. She is truly a gem! She retrieved 3 remotes reprogrammed them and finally got one to work on our TV. Their breakfast included make-your-own-omelet machines. Theoretically a good concept until you have 20 people waiting to make one at the same time and they take about 4 minutes each. Since that was the only option for a nutritious breakfast we waited and waited. Our second morning there we got up really early and had the machines to ourselves.

We were ready to fly home and as usual, BW Plus provided us a nice stay. We got a ride to the airport to return our vehicle and the same van took us back for our flight the next day. The staff were friendly and the room was very nice. Breakfast was also very good. The staff there were very accommodating for our needs. Infused water available in the lobby.

I stay at this Best Western several times a year. I have never had any issues here. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is close to the airport, Spokane, Cheney, and my family. I enjoy staying here!

Had to stay in a hotel overnight do to our RV being worked on. The hotel was close by and accepted pets, we travel with 2 small dogs. The place was clean and updated. There was a Happy Hour and a nice breakfast buffet with make your own omelettes. Pet walk area too.

Spent one night here on our way through Spokane. The room was quiet and clean and the service was great. It had everything we needed for a quick stay and a nice location on the outside of Spokane. There aren't a lot of restaurants in the area (Denny's does share the parking lot) so we had to drive a little way to find something to eat, but it wasn't too bad. Breakfast in the morning was ok, but not great. My husband thought the omelet he made was pretty good.

We appreciated the helpful staff and comfortable beds after a long day of traveling. The room was clean and comfortable, with a small fridge and microwave. The location is convenient to the airport, but there's nothing in the immediate area except a Denny's restaurant (where we had dinner one night). Fortunately, it's just a few miles to downtown Spokane. The breakfast is a hot, standard breakfast for a motel chain.

Best Western once again provided us with a comfortable and very good stay. Becoming a reliable place to stay! The beds were comfortable and pillows too, whilst the rooms were at a good fair size, allowing a lot of space for a party of four. Location is nearby the airport (if needed) and about 10 minutes from Spokane city centre, easy access with the freeway less than 100m away, Only downside was the '24-7' coffee constantly cold and not refilled. This was pointed out several times to the staff who often forgot to refill it, leading to three or four requests. would stay again if in the vicinity!

I came with my kids for a quick overnight to see family in Spokane. We booked this hotel after reading a couple fairly positive reviews. Overall it was a great experience. The check-in was a little bit on the slow side but the hotel presented nicely. Everything was clean and I enjoyed the higher quality towels in the bathroom. The king bed was luxurious and I appreciated the second pull-out bed even though we didn't use it. My mom and I both would have like to see creamer in the coffee boxes (even it was dry creamer). Overall great stay though...will stay again!

We have stayed at this Best Western location and a few times now and have never been disappointed. The staff at check in are very polite and efficient. The hotel is located near Northern Quest casino and some great places to eat. There is also some shopping in the area. The breakfast in the morning is good and the staff keeps the food replenished. It is a great location.

The hotel was very nice. However the drive to the airport entrance was much longer than expected since the hotel was at the other end of the airport runways. It was convenient since there was a full service, 24 hour restaurant across the parking lot.

Love the courtesy of staff whenever I stay here. They don't mind going out of their way if need be to solve any concerns you might have. Easy excess to Freeway, gas stations and has a Denny's in the same parking lot for easy dining. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms very clean and a comfortable lounging area to visit in or just watch television and relax.

The people that work here have a heart and you can tell they love to help. The rooms are great and everything they put in the rooms, you can tell they care about there Hotel. The food was great and it is a very quiet Hotel so we had a great nights rest.

Pros: Last minute stop, room was available, clean and comfy. Pool/spa was clean and we enjoyed it very much. Ate dinner at Denny's, we were very happy with the food and service. It is literally across the parking lot. The breakfast is probably the best we've had at a BW Plus. Scrambled eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, make your own omelets and waffles, coffee, tea, apple and orange juice, yogurt, apples, bananas, oranges, cold cereal and donuts. You name it, they had it. Everything looked and tasted fresh! At checkout we realized we had forgot to ask for AAA discount at check-in, they happily applied it. Customer service is top notch! Cons: Absolutely none!

This hotel was the best. We flew in at midnight and the shuttle picked us up quickly. The desk staff was happy and helpful at all hours. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast bar was top notch with many good choices. So pleased with our entire experience. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town

Stayed here years ago and had another great experience. Always feel safe and that my auto is okay too. Kudos to Khara and Megan for their great help. Loved the breakfast as there was something for everyone's tastes.

Modern updates to decor and the room we booked surprised us with 2 beds and a sofa bed accomodating both of us nd our 2 daughters. Unfortunately the king mattress was lumpy and no linen for sofa bed. Late check-in and single staff member was impatient and slightly overwhelmed with simultaneous phone calls, answering other customer questions and checking us in. Curt in his explanations/descriptions. Breakfast usual BW affair but despite roominess and crisp decor, trash spilling out of garbage bins and dirty table tops ; no water dispenser either. No express checkout offered. Over-charged for location and quality.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate our group and we all really appreciated their help! Wonderful, friendly people. They moved our dates, allowed for early check out with out penalty and made sure that our whole group was together, which was really nice!

I believe that the room was good and air conditioning good cause the whole hotel was a bit hot due to the dry hot temperatures outside. It made it quite hard to stay motivated to Explore the countryside when not playing softball. Nice washing facilities to do the uniform between games. Breakfast was a bit rushed due to full capacity so, hard to get in for that but, Denny's in parking lot. Room had well maintained furniture and nice bathroom. Small refrigerator could have been colder, brought medicine that had to be refrigerated and it seem to not get too cold and the ice packs would not freeze properly.

Easy parking close to our room, great bed, we are an older couple & need first floor room, terrific breakfast with lots of choices. Staff was very accommodating. We don't travel to Spokane that often, but when we do we stay here.

I travel often and occasionally use the Spokane Airport. From where I live I must drive 2.5 hours to get there and with early morning departures or late night arrivals, I often prefer to stay near the airport rather than make the drive. The Best Western Pepper Tree has always been a great oasis for this purpose. My rooms have been clean, quiet and relaxing. Staff have always been very kind and helpful. I will continue to use it as my base in Spokane.

Stayed two separate nights at this Best Western. Great location close to the airport! The front desk hosts are very friendly and knowledgeable. Fast check-in and check-out without delay. We had a king bed room that was very clean and the bed quite comfortable. Their complimentary breakfast is great with no waiting for refills of any food items. Just across the parking lot is a Denny's Restaurant that includes a lounge, if you prefer to enjoy some alcoholic beverages. The restaurant is open 24 hours and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a gas station right next door, so if you need to fill your rental car up with gas before returning it, this is a very convenient location to do so. This location also includes a nice gym/workout room and a swimming pool.

Of the four BW Plus Hotels we stayed at we found BW Plus Peppertree Airport Inn Spokane to be the very Best; Our room was great and very clean, the bed was fantastic, better than the one we have at home, there was lots to choose from for breakfast and it was delicious. The staff were exceptional, friendly nice and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend this great hotel....
