    « Great staff »

They were really so helpful, especially Mo. When I had a problem with my TV the first time I stayed there with my boyfriend for a weekend getaway from the teenagers, she took the time to make sure it was hooked up correctly, and this time when I came in she recognized me and was very welcoming. Great staff! Could you plz turn up the hot tub some, though? Thats my only thing id change.

« Overnight stop en route to Portland »

My and son & I stopped here on our way to Portland OR. The desk clerk said the property was completely remodeled a few years ago, and it shows. The interior was very clean and looked brand new. Our room on the 3rd floor was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. I would stay here again.

« Needs some serious updating »

Same as above. The hotel just looked out dated and was in need of repairs in the room. Heater did not work the 1st night. Wanted to tell somebody, but it was 2am & we just got off a plane and were tired.

    « Great place »

Hotel was great. Food was great. Staff was great. Only negative thing I can say was my phone and laptop. Could not connect wirelessly to the Internet. Made for a frustrating experience being my mobile carrier does not get the best service.

    « Dog Friendly »

We were on our way to Montana, so this was an easy stop off I-90. Close to the airport, but I didn't hear any airport noise. About 10 minutes away from Spokanimal Dog Park, which is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. We wanted to let our dogs run around before getting back in the car for a few hours. There is a nice, large, grassy area to take your dogs to relieve themselves. If your dog is well-behaved, you could probably toss a ball a few times and let them run a bit. It's not totally fenced in. We arrived too late to experience the Happy Hour. Did have breakfast there, the usual hotel buffet fare. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. We had a king room that even had a couch (hide-a-bed).

    « Beware »

To hot to sleep!! It was unbearably hot they keep the heat in the hallway to hot..even with the air conditioner on or the windows wide open in the room, we could not sleep!!! After complaining we were transfer downstairs.. the night girls said upstairs is always unbearable hot they tell management all the time and they do nothing to rectify the problem. And that's one of their biggest complaints. shuttle drivers are not very experienced downtown running over curbs, almost sideswipe Park cars. And the worst of them all they charge your card when and whatever, they feel, not what was agreed upon... I currently have a fraud case going with my bank against this hotel!! I'd advise do not give your card over the phone... I will make sure everybody I know from Montana that goes over to Spokane often does not stay in this hotel!! Beware of this hotel!!

    « Poor Shuttle Service/Good lodging »

Conveniently located close to the airport, Denny's across the parking lot, pool open 24/7, while located next to a gas station and highway, the room was quiet. First time to stay and got caught in a shift change with my airport arrival at 9:40pm, made a call for a shuttle at 9:50pm and was told the next shuttle departed at 10pm and it would arrive by 10:10pm, made a second call for shuttle at 10:20pm and was told the shuttle would be there in 10 minutes, but did not arrive until 10:40, after riding the route, one could have walked to the hotel in less time, but the hotel was not visible from the shuttle pickup nor were there sidewalks along the entire route.

    « Great Airport Hotel »

My husband and I stayed here on two separate nights in September 2016 (before and after our flights in/out of Spokane Airport). Best Western Plus hotels are generally about the same, and we found this one to be perfect for our overnight needs. Convenience to the airport as well as the Interstate made this a very easy access place to start and end our road trip to Glacier National Park. The beds were comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. There is a Denny's restaurant and a truck stop next door. At first we were concerned about a problem with noise, but it was very quiet both times we were there. The breakfast was standard fare for this type of hotel, and we found it to be more than adequate for our tastes. We would definitely stay here again.

    5
    « Awesome Stay »

The staff were very helpful I called ahead to make a reservation and when I got there the next day they got me right into my room. Check out was not an issue at all dropped off my keys to the front desk and was back on the road.

« business trip to spokane washington »

Excellent value for money. Courteous and helpful staff. The free breakfast was a delightful surprise with freshly made waffles and omelets. The location at the airport area allows business travelers fast access to flights to conduct business trips efficiently. Will stay there on every trip.

    « Nice Place »

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent with a great number of different selections to choose from. Location was good for what we needed. It was out of the hustle and bustle of the city.

    2
    « Sad; but true »

Our main reason for using this hotel in the past has been the free parking when flying from GEG airport. This is no longer an option at this hotel. Additionally; the cleaning staff entered our room unannounced while I was in the bathroom, even though the "do not disturb" sign was still placed on the doorknob.

    « personal visit »

great hotel to stay in and also the closeness of Denny's is a real plus. have stayed at this best western for 5 years at least twice a year. always a good stop.the staff and the general manager have always been very helpful if we had an issue which we haven't.

    4
    « Great customer service! »

Hotel and food as expected for well run Best Western. Location is just a few miles from downtown Spokane. Staff extremely helpful and courteous! If room had pull-out couch instead of 2 padded chairs, it would have been a plus for families.

« Good location and check out experience »

Good location on the eastern outskirts of Skokane. We chose it because we had good success with the BW in Arlington. They only had one room left with a king or two double which was a handicap accessible room. Would not have been our choice because it makes the layout awkward. It is quiet despite being be the freeway. Parking is plentiful and close to the entrances. We thought the housekeeping was not up to snuff when we saw footprints in the elevator lobby and the elevator but thought they could have been from someone returning from the pool. However, we found the same footprints in the room and cleaned them up. Check-in was quick and efficient. We were not fans of the air conditioning system. It was pretty loud and billowed up the curtains and up the window instead of out into the room. I fixed that by putting some cushions against the curtains. We checked out early as we wanted to be on our way. The desk clerk checked us out and then since she was also starting to set up breakfast she prepared a breakfast to go but also brought out some yogurt and juice that we could eat quickly there. She saved the day for us and also bumped the caused me to bump the rating from 3 to 4.

    5
    « Leisure »

Very clean, comfortable beds, awesome breakfast. Downside was that we were contacted once before the day of arrival and twice the day of arrival to confirm reservation. A bit over kill. Also was told on the last call that they were calling to make sure we were coming so that we weren't charged a late fee. We would have called the day before, before the time of cancellation. Also, we confirmed with a credit card. Felt we were being bugged too much.

« Motel for Airplane Arrivals and Departures »

The Best Western Peppertree is conveniently located near the Spokane International Airport with plenty of rooms that can accommodate you and your partner or family. Rooms are clean, up-to-date, and with all the amenities you need for a short or long stay. In our future visits to family living in Idaho on the Snake River we will book this motel for sure!

    5
« Welcome to happy hour & the Denny's next door has a bar! »

So we love the BW Peppertree not only for the nice room & wonderful staff, but if you get there in time they have a lovely little happy hour for their guests. It's awesome! I've never been to a hotel that has a happy hour, that doesn't have an actual bar. What a unique idea. Not that we are big drinkers but what a nice way to relax after a day of driving. Even the Denny's across the parking lot has a quaint little lounge and some great food. I highly recommend this place. Price was great as well.

    5
« Clean, Friendly, and Shuttle Service »

We reserved a room at this hotel knowing we had a flight that arrived late at night and needed shuttle service to the hotel. We arrived at midnight and the hotel sent out the shuttle after we called. Friendly shuttle driver picked us up. Check in and out was fast and efficient. The room was a bit quirky with the sink in the room. Breakfast was great - make your own omletts was a surprise. I would stay here again.

    2
« Unclean sheets ...but solid breakfast »

We checked in around 8:30pm and asked the front desk if they could match any rates we found online. They could not, so we sat in lobby and booked our room online instead. The front desk manager, Mo, is a warm and helpful agent, who gave us great advice on touring downtown Spokane. The sheets, however, were not clean. I reported this directly to the front desk and with housekeeping already gone home, and no other king suites available, I was forced to change the sheets myself. We found the breakfast to be quite good the next morning and all the staff at the property were exceptionally friendly and warm. At check-out the same manager assured me that she would be in touch with me regarding rectifying the matter about the clean sheets. It's only been three days, but she has yet to reach out. I would not stay here again.

« What happened to this BW Plus hotel? »

We have stayed at this hotel many times and whatever they have done to this hotel with changing of interior, rooms, entrance, furniture and all has totally wrecked it. There was animal hair on our little couch and the carpet. The people at the desk were still super, as was the breakfast and attendants in the breakfast area. This is no longer a place that we will stay. The abandoned hotel next door does nothing to add any pluses to this Best Western. The old hotel was 100 percent better than it is now. They need a totally new decorator!

    4
« Clean and Friendly reasonable rates for Park and Fly with good shuttle service »

Stayed one night with a Park and Fly, 6:00 AM shuttle with a nice friendly Shuttle Driver even though it was 5:45 AM, Found the front check staff to be very helpful even with getting my boarding passes printed out for me................Looked like a great Breakfast but was up and gone before 6:00. Missed happy hour but will fly on a different day next time............

    4
« Close to airport with shuttle service »

Wonderful front desk staff. I was helped by Mercedes and she was patient and helpful with all my questions. Clean and large room. Warm breakfast, with more options than I expected. They even have a to go bag for early check out customers.

    5
    « Very Nice Stay »

Had a very nice stay at this hotel. It is beautifully decorated. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the Happy hour and breakfast. Having the pool accessible 24 hours was a nice option. The check-out time was later than most hotels, which is nice. Really enjoyed my stay here.

    2
    « Would not recommend »

The only reason I gave this a poor instead of terrible is because the staff was pleasant. The room was not clean. Floors sticky, toilet smelled of urine, toaster oven was dirty. Not a good experience. We canceled our second night.

    4
    « Spokane stay »

Nice, clean and quiet. Our stay was very nice. The staff was friendly and continental breakfast was very good. They also gave out to go snacks when guests check out. The price was also very affordable.

    5
« Great breakfast, clean comfortable hotel »

Hotel offers one of the best complimentary breakfasts I've eaten, with a great, friendly staff in the breakfast room. Rooms were roomy, spacious, clean and reasonably priced. Hotel close to airport but not noisy.

    5
    « Convenient location »

Nice and quiet hotel. Front desk staff was very friendly. Conveniently located close to GEG and Spokane town. There's Dennys at the parking lot and gas station at walking distance. I would definitely recommend it.

    5
« Great Hotel and Staff »

Thus is a very nice Best Western hotel easy off hwy.Dennys next door, which has good food and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was the best you can make your own omelet.great choise of food . well come back.rooms are very nice .

« Clean, friendly, easily accessible »

We needed last-minute overnight lodging on the final night of a 10-day road trip through the northern plains and Rocky Mountain states. We chose the Best Western Plus Peppertree Airport Inn based on its location close to a freeway in the direction we were headed. The price was competitive with other properties in the area and we are BW members. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality and comfort of the room, the quality of the breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. For a quick, overnight stay, it was perfect for our needs.

« They gave other guests keys to my room and the front desk called me 4 times at 1:30 a.m. To ask me my name. »

Last night at the Best Western Peppertree near the Spokane airport was the worst and most bizarre night I have ever spent in a hotel. I was in a room with my son. Around midnight, two strangers unlocked the door to our room and began entering until I woke up and yelled at them. Somehow the front desk gave them card keys to my room. Then at 1:37 a.m. the phone rings, I answer and the caller hangs up. This happens three more times. The fifth time the caller speaks and it's the front desk. She says the manager told her to call to ask my name because they didnt record it when I checked in. This is at 1:37 a.m.!!! So if you want strangers entering your room and the front desk calling you in the middle of the night, stay here. Otherwise, avoid it at all costs.

    3
    « Near airport »

We stayed here because it was close to the airport since we had an early morning flight. Since we left the hotel at 4 am we weren't able to have breakfast. However, in our gift bag we had a couple of granola bars that we were able to use for breakfast. Free parking was limited and we were lucky enough to grab a free spot. We knew if we left we would lose the spot so we walked to dinner. There are several choices within walking distance. We got an evening fresh baked cookie in the lobby. When we got ready to go to sleep, there was lots of traffic noise for several hours. In the morning I was hearing TV or music. When I walked into the hall the music was coming from the speakers. 4am is too early to have music going through the intercom. The bed was comfortable.

    2
    « Silverwood trip »

This place was ok. Not the most comfortable beds. The free breakfast was a joke. If you were not there when it opened you were not going to get food really. When we go back this will not be where we stay.

    2
« Should Not be Qualified as a BW Plus Hotel »

Old, worn out hotel. The lobby looks nice and that's about it. When we walked into our room, the bleach smell was so strong that our eyes were burning. The AC wasn't running which is weird because we had reservations and it was HOT outside. We decided to go out to eat and try to let the bleach smell dissipate and let the room cool down. The refrigerator didn't work; the beds were uncomfortable, the sheets were pilled. As I said, old & worn out. The breakfast was mediocre. How this hotel was named a Best Western Plus is beyond my comprehension unless there's no longer any standards to earn this rating. CANNOT recommend this hotel.

    2
    « Not for me »

We booked two rooms and try though they may the best Western computer system would not allow them to allow two different credit cards. I am not exaggerating when I say it took over an hour to check in. Otherwise okay. Except for breakfast. The yogurt was only a little bit expired. You can do better.

    3
    « Hillary c said it all »

I think we got the same room. Banged chins on that platform bed several times- comfy bedding, dated hotel but clean. Very friendly nite staff. Denny's just a few feet for a quick bite to eat. One nite for us- in 10pm and out by 8 am.

    4
    « Nice big room »

We stayed at this Best Western for one night while on a mini road trip. We use BW frequently and this location was good. The room was large. It had 2 queens and a rather large seating area with a couple chairs along with the usual desk dresser, etc. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was ample but very busy. The staff struggled to keep up with demand but I did not go away either hungry or feeling like I missed something. Our only complaint would be the AC unit. We like the fan on all night and this one cycled on and off. It also seemed to stay warmer than we wanted even though we turned the temp way down. The location is very convenient being right off the freeway with gas and another restaurant in the parking lot. I would stay here again if in the area.

    5
    « Great hotel! »

We enjoyed both the pool and hot tub during our 3-day stay at this hotel and really appreciated the fact that it was open 24 hours a day! The staff was friendly, and the breakfasts were wonderful. (We did go down a little later for breakfast as we heard it could be very busy at times.) They had many options including omelettes, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, yogurts, cereal, donuts, fritters, etc. We were amazed at the selection! Great stay and great visit to Spokane!

    4
« Nice, comfortable place to stay, but »

Always enjoy staying at Best Western Hotels! This is a very nice place to stay, BUT there were not enough towels in our room, and no extra blanket in the closet that my husband likes to use cause I prefer sleeping in a cold room. :-) Also don't like when the fan doesn't stay on all night for the air conditioner. Goes off & on all night. Their breakfast looked great, but we just walked right over to Dennys next door because there were others using the make your own omelet machines, and it was a bit busy there at the hotel breakfast. Dennys was a great place next door to get a good quick meal with great service.

    4
« Nice room and nice breakfast »

Spent one night at this hotel while on a road trip. The location was convenient to the freeway, airport and gas station. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had the usual items (cereal, fruit, yogurt, bread, muffins, etc.) and make-your-own omelets. The staff was nice and professional. We chose this hotel because of it's convenience to the freeway, and this hotel could accommodate parking for our small moving van. If we are on another road trip and need to stay near the freeway, we will stay here again.

« Nice staff but strange room »

Normally I love Best Western. We had reserved a king room which are usually large enough for us and all our luggage/stuff (we bring pillows and a cooler). The bed was in some strange type of frame that stuck out 2" from the bed all the way around. The room was already too narrow to begin with. There was probably 2 feet of walking room between the bed and the TV/fridge/desk/luggage rack. I'm sure I bruised my shins 6 times in the first hour and several times during the night. We also had many issues with their TV remotes. Thank goodness for Mo, the front desk clerk. She is truly a gem! She retrieved 3 remotes reprogrammed them and finally got one to work on our TV. Their breakfast included make-your-own-omelet machines. Theoretically a good concept until you have 20 people waiting to make one at the same time and they take about 4 minutes each. Since that was the only option for a nutritious breakfast we waited and waited. Our second morning there we got up really early and had the machines to ourselves.

    4
    « Convenient to Airport »

We were ready to fly home and as usual, BW Plus provided us a nice stay. We got a ride to the airport to return our vehicle and the same van took us back for our flight the next day. The staff were friendly and the room was very nice. Breakfast was also very good. The staff there were very accommodating for our needs. Infused water available in the lobby.

    5
    « Comfortable stay »

I stay at this Best Western several times a year. I have never had any issues here. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is close to the airport, Spokane, Cheney, and my family. I enjoy staying here!

    5
« Great Stay by the Airport »

Excellent location and staff are very professional when coordinating transportation to and from the airport. Breakfast items are fresh and the space is abundant. Rooms are clean and management is attentive to the needs of the guests.

    5
« Nice Clean Quite Hotel »

good location, 10 min from downtown and 2 min from airport. clean rooms and reasonable breakfast with verities of items to choose from. small swimming pool but good enough for an evening break. Fast internet

    4
    « They Allow Pets »

Had to stay in a hotel overnight do to our RV being worked on. The hotel was close by and accepted pets, we travel with 2 small dogs. The place was clean and updated. There was a Happy Hour and a nice breakfast buffet with make your own omelettes. Pet walk area too.

    4
« Quiet, clean, comfortable stay »

Spent one night here on our way through Spokane. The room was quiet and clean and the service was great. It had everything we needed for a quick stay and a nice location on the outside of Spokane. There aren't a lot of restaurants in the area (Denny's does share the parking lot) so we had to drive a little way to find something to eat, but it wasn't too bad. Breakfast in the morning was ok, but not great. My husband thought the omelet he made was pretty good.

    4
« comfortable, near but not in downtown »

We appreciated the helpful staff and comfortable beds after a long day of traveling. The room was clean and comfortable, with a small fridge and microwave. The location is convenient to the airport, but there's nothing in the immediate area except a Denny's restaurant (where we had dinner one night). Fortunately, it's just a few miles to downtown Spokane. The breakfast is a hot, standard breakfast for a motel chain.

    4
« Another good stay at a Best Western »

Best Western once again provided us with a comfortable and very good stay. Becoming a reliable place to stay! The beds were comfortable and pillows too, whilst the rooms were at a good fair size, allowing a lot of space for a party of four. Location is nearby the airport (if needed) and about 10 minutes from Spokane city centre, easy access with the freeway less than 100m away, Only downside was the '24-7' coffee constantly cold and not refilled. This was pointed out several times to the staff who often forgot to refill it, leading to three or four requests. would stay again if in the vicinity!

    4
« Short Stay with Kids »

I came with my kids for a quick overnight to see family in Spokane. We booked this hotel after reading a couple fairly positive reviews. Overall it was a great experience. The check-in was a little bit on the slow side but the hotel presented nicely. Everything was clean and I enjoyed the higher quality towels in the bathroom. The king bed was luxurious and I appreciated the second pull-out bed even though we didn't use it. My mom and I both would have like to see creamer in the coffee boxes (even it was dry creamer). Overall great stay though...will stay again!

  • 4
« nice stay for the price »

We have stayed at this Best Western location and a few times now and have never been disappointed. The staff at check in are very polite and efficient. The hotel is located near Northern Quest casino and some great places to eat. There is also some shopping in the area. The breakfast in the morning is good and the staff keeps the food replenished. It is a great location.

    5
    « stay at airport »

The hotel was very nice. However the drive to the airport entrance was much longer than expected since the hotel was at the other end of the airport runways. It was convenient since there was a full service, 24 hour restaurant across the parking lot.

    4
« Always stay here when in the are visiting family and friends. »

Love the courtesy of staff whenever I stay here. They don't mind going out of their way if need be to solve any concerns you might have. Easy excess to Freeway, gas stations and has a Denny's in the same parking lot for easy dining. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms very clean and a comfortable lounging area to visit in or just watch television and relax.

    5
    « Great Hotel »

The people that work here have a heart and you can tell they love to help. The rooms are great and everything they put in the rooms, you can tell they care about there Hotel. The food was great and it is a very quiet Hotel so we had a great nights rest.

« Met expectations for BW Plus »

Pros: Last minute stop, room was available, clean and comfy. Pool/spa was clean and we enjoyed it very much. Ate dinner at Denny's, we were very happy with the food and service. It is literally across the parking lot. The breakfast is probably the best we've had at a BW Plus. Scrambled eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, make your own omelets and waffles, coffee, tea, apple and orange juice, yogurt, apples, bananas, oranges, cold cereal and donuts. You name it, they had it. Everything looked and tasted fresh! At checkout we realized we had forgot to ask for AAA discount at check-in, they happily applied it. Customer service is top notch! Cons: Absolutely none!

    5
    « Great stay! »

This hotel was the best. We flew in at midnight and the shuttle picked us up quickly. The desk staff was happy and helpful at all hours. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast bar was top notch with many good choices. So pleased with our entire experience. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town

    « Still Great! »

Stayed here years ago and had another great experience. Always feel safe and that my auto is okay too. Kudos to Khara and Megan for their great help. Loved the breakfast as there was something for everyone's tastes.

« Expected more for the price »

Modern updates to decor and the room we booked surprised us with 2 beds and a sofa bed accomodating both of us nd our 2 daughters. Unfortunately the king mattress was lumpy and no linen for sofa bed. Late check-in and single staff member was impatient and slightly overwhelmed with simultaneous phone calls, answering other customer questions and checking us in. Curt in his explanations/descriptions. Breakfast usual BW affair but despite roominess and crisp decor, trash spilling out of garbage bins and dirty table tops ; no water dispenser either. No express checkout offered. Over-charged for location and quality.

    « Fabulous customer service »

The staff went out of their way to accommodate our group and we all really appreciated their help! Wonderful, friendly people. They moved our dates, allowed for early check out with out penalty and made sure that our whole group was together, which was really nice!

    « Great breakfast! »

Room was clean and tastefully decorated. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic and had many hot items. I enjoyed the cheese and the salsa for the scrambled eggs. Free shuttle to the airport, casino, and some restaurants.

    « Good Visit »

This was a great place to stay. The room was clean and the food was really good at breakfast. I really liked the make your own omelette. Would definitely stay again. It wasn't very far from the airport so that made it really handy.

« Week for sports tournament »

I believe that the room was good and air conditioning good cause the whole hotel was a bit hot due to the dry hot temperatures outside. It made it quite hard to stay motivated to Explore the countryside when not playing softball. Nice washing facilities to do the uniform between games. Breakfast was a bit rushed due to full capacity so, hard to get in for that but, Denny's in parking lot. Room had well maintained furniture and nice bathroom. Small refrigerator could have been colder, brought medicine that had to be refrigerated and it seem to not get too cold and the ice packs would not freeze properly.

Easy parking close to our room, great bed, we are an older couple & need first floor room, terrific breakfast with lots of choices. Staff was very accommodating. We don't travel to Spokane that often, but when we do we stay here.

« An Good Stay Near the Spokane Airport »

I travel often and occasionally use the Spokane Airport. From where I live I must drive 2.5 hours to get there and with early morning departures or late night arrivals, I often prefer to stay near the airport rather than make the drive. The Best Western Pepper Tree has always been a great oasis for this purpose. My rooms have been clean, quiet and relaxing. Staff have always been very kind and helpful. I will continue to use it as my base in Spokane.

« Great Staff! Great Rooms! Close to the Airport! »

Stayed two separate nights at this Best Western. Great location close to the airport! The front desk hosts are very friendly and knowledgeable. Fast check-in and check-out without delay. We had a king bed room that was very clean and the bed quite comfortable. Their complimentary breakfast is great with no waiting for refills of any food items. Just across the parking lot is a Denny's Restaurant that includes a lounge, if you prefer to enjoy some alcoholic beverages. The restaurant is open 24 hours and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a gas station right next door, so if you need to fill your rental car up with gas before returning it, this is a very convenient location to do so. This location also includes a nice gym/workout room and a swimming pool.

    « Our trip in 216 »

Of the four BW Plus Hotels we stayed at we found BW Plus Peppertree Airport Inn Spokane to be the very Best; Our room was great and very clean, the bed was fantastic, better than the one we have at home, there was lots to choose from for breakfast and it was delicious. The staff were exceptional, friendly nice and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend this great hotel....

    « Great staff »

This hotel is just off the hwy. I booked it because it was the best price, hoping for something more than the typical hyw motel. I was impressed when I walked in to the property. The staff was very help fun, worked foe me and my companions to have aND a joined rooms even those it was 2 separate booking. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, all you hope. Full breakfast, honestly didn't eat any but looked more than tlhe typical fair and hot!so now I must acknowledge the staff, as I said helpful with room, but it was more than that, they were excited for me and my companions in our excited for going to a concert. One in particular was May, she was outstanding, genuine in her compassion, all the skills of great customer service with full authenticity, a memorable young woman. Will stay again when I am up there.

Clean rooms & friendly staff. We were there for a weekend of racing at the Spokane Raceway park. So it was not far from the racetrack & there is also a mini mart close by for those late nights. Rooms are good size and not cramped and parking is well lit. There is not an ice machine on the 3rd floor but other than that I wouldn't really have any complaints. There is a good selection for complimentary breakfast. You can make waffles and omelets with good variety of fillings.

« Friendly Staff, Adquate Motel »

I'm not sure what it takes to be a Best Western Plus, but I was disappointed. The bed was comfortable and the room looked renovated. It was a tight squeeze for a wheelchair, but the room had a roll- in shower. There were only two towels in the room and the tissue box was empty, as was the shower gel container on the wall. At the rate of being really picky, one-ply TP added to the overall picture. The gift shop had some interesting items as well as bottles of wine and beer. The breakfast bar did offer a make-your-own omelette, which was nice. Only two kinds of yogurt, key lime and orange cream, which had an expired date on them. Denny's is next door.

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Near a truck stop so might be noisy but I'm deaf so not a problem. Close to airport and Spokane without having to drive into town when coming from the west. Would definitely stay at again.

    « Convenience With A Package Deal »

The hotel offered a package deal to stay and park while on an out of town trip. Service and convenience to park stay and be transported to terminal was a real time saver and convenient. It does not get any better for an early morning trip.

    « Gem of a place! »

the staff is helpful and friendly, the pool is warm and inviting, the room is well appointed, the lobby is well furnished and attractive, and the breakfast offerings were outstanding. A definite return here is in our future.

    « Pleasant 2 day trip »

My husband played in the Hoopfest 2016. This was the first time we stayed at the BW Plus Peppertree. We will definitely try to book for next year's Hoopfest 2017. Easy on and off I90. The best recommendation I could make is to have a shuttle that would take you to downtown Spokane for those attending Hoopfest. I heard from some BW employees that they have shuttled in the past to another festival. We stayed in a double queen room. It was pleasantly spacious and clean with the exception of the coffee maker. When I went to make coffee, there was white flaky bits in the water reservoir. The free hot breakfast is one of the best I've ever had in a hotel. My kids and I were excited for breakfast the second day. Sunny and Heidi are HUGE assets to the BW team. So very accommodating and made you feel like family. Thank you for having them on staff during my stay. My entire family was so completely satisfied. You will see us again!

    « Nice Stay »

The hotel is clean, rooms spacious, bed comfortable, water pressure in the shower is great. Breakfast was different and tasty, the staff nice and helpful. Centralish location with little noise. I would stay here again if in the area.

« Comfortable and reliable Hotel »

This is where I stay exclusively when I travel to Spokane. Nothing about it blows my mind, I have just had a clean, comfortable room every single time I'm there. I've never had problems and the staff is great. There is variety to to the breakfast which I like (build your own omelette bar on my recent stay). A short 5 minute drive into down town, but out away from the crowds with close airport access. Great hotel

    5
« Good value, nice room & staff »

Situated fairly close to where I was going, easy access to highway. Big room, nice office desk & chair. Almost 1/2 the price of Hampton made this choice a no brainer. Friendly staff able to accommodate ground floor room request (checked in around 5PM). Motel was clean, wish I had time to try out the pool and exercise room. Seemed safe and secure.

« Best Western Spokane Airport »

Unfortunately we were only here for one night, the staff at this hotel were great. Front desk people were tops. Breakfast room was also well attended and made for a pleasant start for the day. There is no computer for guest use, however front desk went online to confirm my flight for me. Friendly staff.

    « Stay Away »

Stayed specifically for the 24 hour airport shuttle (6 am flight), they left me in the parking lot and refused to call the driver back (phone broken?). No offer to call a taxi to make sure I made my flight. Room had awful smell, staff agreed and their solution was to spray a fog of Fabreeze. Wake-up call from previous guest (assuming) at odd time. Wheelchair accessible with no way to shower in a wheelchair and no shower chair. Dirty towel (see photo). Happy hour is a joke: $1 canned beer (only domestic Coors) from the store, that's it. Check in went well in the afternoon, but from there it was down hill. Early morning desk clerk needs to be fired.

    1
    « Stay Away »

The main reason I stayed here was because of the 24 hour airport shuttle. They left me in the parking lot and told me their phone was 'broken' so didn't call the driver back. No offer to call a cab so I would make my flight. Dirty towels, stinky room, and their supposed 'happy hour' was a special in the store: $1 for a can of beer!

    4
« Good service, nice rooms, convenient location »

24 hrs airport shuttles make this a top pick for air travellers. The rooms are attractive with good beds and the staff gives efficient service. There is a large lobby and breakfast area with lots of varied seating options.

    « peppertree »

Great place to stay. A little high in cost. 3 Miles from airport. We stayed here the day before and day after the trip. We had a lot of luggage and they accommodated us near the entrances. This was just for 2 nights and with Denny's next door it made it very convenient.

    5
    « Great Rest Stop »

Free Breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Nice staff. Next to highway. No road noise. Near airport. What else can I say, convenient to highway, clean, comfortable, quiet, just a very pleasant stay. The art decorations and decor in general is very good quality, like a touch of an art museum. I really enjoyed the decorating. Gave me an upbeat and new feeling.

    « Great airport hotel »

stayed here just one night, before a very early flight. The room was comfortable and large, bed was perfect for a good night's sleep. it is near a gas station and a Denny's so the parking lot does get crowded, but it's very convenient if you need toiletries or a quick bite to eat. We didn't spend much time at the hotel, but when we were there we felt right at home. The staff were tremendously helpful- they offer a shuttle to the airport every half hour upon request- 24 hours a day! it took around 7 minutes to get there. and while we were arrived to the airport at 5 am, the security line was out the door. Just a word of caution about Spokane airport- arrive early for morning flights- it's crowded! but overall, great hotel- perfect for the airport and at a great low cost.

    « Best Western Peppertree »

the new lobby is very nice and the décor in the rooms are nice too the bed is pretty good too.....not the sofabed though I would recommend to anyone who's looking for a nice place to stay when heading out on a plane very convenient to the airport. I was pleasantly surprised that even though it's near the airport it's super quiet. The only thing I didn't care for was the neighborhood behind the property which is very ghetto and a huge eye sore. The location also attracts the homeless asking for money in the parking lot. The Hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. I was impressed with the breakfast buffet they even had omelets. The Hotel is a great value for all that you get. The hot tub is a little to hot though and in need of some repair as the jets didn't all work. Not safe for kids and there was a lot of kid in it.

    4
« Nice place, but a little pricey for what you get. »

I would recommend this place to others. Free breakfast, pool for kids, wifi that works, clean well appointed rooms and great customer service. The only down side was being asked for change by someone who obviously wasn't staying there while sitting in the lobby area. Not once but twice. Never been begged for money in a hotel lobby before, so that was a new experience. With that aside I would stay again. Price was a little high, but the place was nice.

« Best Budget Hotel I've ever had »

Hotel service was excellent, had great customer insight and provided me with a east-facing room so the sunset wouldn't bother me (coming from a more eastern timezone). Nice amenities, good and clean bathroom and bedroom, breakfast spread was large and better than other location's i've been to. Close to the airport but not loud, 10 minutes from downtown spokane.

    « Good for a quick visit »

We got a good rate on this hotel for a bike race happening in a local state park. But the room was behind the sign and the neon lights were very bright in the room. The breakfast was hot and filling and the room clean. Recommended if you are on a budget don't care about view and don't get the neon sign room. Quiet room with an excellent breakfast.

    « Comfortable nights stay »

The motel is convenient access to the freeway, but quiet. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is appetizing and has a good variety of items. We would stay again if we were passing though the area.

« A convenient Location when travelling west and a pleasant night »

Our stay at the Best Western Plus Peppertree Airport Inn in Spokane was fine. Everything that we expected from a Best Western Plus hotel. We were greeted pleasantly and our checkin was handled well. We had asked for a room that was away from elevators, ice machines, and pop machines. Also we didn't want to be anywhere near a pub. They did their best with this, although there was a noisy pop machine and air conditioner at the end of the hall. However, with the door closed we couldn't hear it so all was good. The room was very nicely appointed. The floors were concrete so there was no noise from above or below. Our neighbours were considerate and quiet so that was no problem either. I don't know what it would have been like if they had been noisy. The beds were very comfortable. The internet worked well. It offered an ethernet connection as well as wireless, which is a good thing. I used the ethernet connection. After a good sleep we went down for an early breakfast. It was the standard for Best Western Plus except they had an omelette maker. I'm not sure how the raw eggs were prepared beforehand, but the omelette was passable, especially if you were hungry. The coffee was below average, but that is normal for such hotel breakfast service, so I can't be critical of this specific hotel. The checkout was simple and efficient. If you are travelling west, this is a good hotel to stay at because you can avoid the traffic congestion during the morning rush hour. Just turn the corner out of the hotel and your up to freeway speeds right away. There is a Denny's Restaurant across the parking lot, so that is another convenience that is useful.

« highly recommend, best sleep we have had in a hotel in many years. »

we stayed there during a circle route from Newport Oregon to Edmonton, AB. although there was a busy highway nearby, a train line and an airport, we didn't hear a thing, Place was bright and cheerful. People were excellent This is the place to stay in Spokane

    « Great Choice & helpful staff »

We used our points to stay here and we were so pleasantly surprised by the warm reception and the very helpful young lady who came to my rescue with my car issues. They fond me a quiet part of the hotel because there seem to be a large group of young guys staying there and once we were in our room we couldn't hear a thing.

Great stay. Property is easy access off the freeway, close to downtown, very clean, quiet. Nice pool/Jacuzzi. Very good breakfast included. Staff was very helpful. Lobby and Breakfast area were large. They also have a nice little store with food, wine and amenities.

« Close to Airport - Extra Nice Breakfast »

Good hotel close to airport. Rooms are quite large and the beds were very comfortable. The free breakfast here is a step above the typical with many choices and items to select. The internet connection was good and the work area in the room was nice. Not a big fan of the sink in the room, but it worked fine here with the rooms being quite large to accommodate a sitting area too. Overall, a good choice at a reasonable price. I'd definitely return anything time I'm in need of a hotel near the airport. Denny's in same parking lot is nice and convenient too.

« LARGE WELL APPOINTED ROOMS »

We stayed there one night. It is located just off the freeway, with short drive to the airport. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, good internet, desk and couch, just what we needed to unwind from our busy day. The only negative was the not-clean feeling of the main desk area and bathroom on that floor. My husband went to use the bathroom when we just arrived and I was checking in, and it was plugged up with towels and dirty toilet water on the floor. We were a little worried about the room, after this initial impression, but the room was very nice.

« Spokane Peppertree Best Western Inn »

Great hotel, Wonderful staff. Denny's is on the same property as a Subway in the small truck stop. This is a quiet location even so close to the I-90 and the Spokane Airport. Downtown Spokane is only a 10 minute drive.

    5
    « Great Service »

The room was nice. It was quite, not too far off from other amenities. A restaurant right next door. Breakfast service was great, a lot of options with decent food (I made an omelet). Bed was pretty comfortable.

    « Frequent visitor »

I stay at the Best Western PLUS Peppertree Airport Inn in Spokane anytime I am in Spokane for business or pleasure. I like its location. It is close to my family on the Cheney side and close to the city. I stay here at least twice a year and have only had one time that I was dissatisfied, but it was due to kids running and screaming down the halls, not anything with the hotel itself.

    3
    « Great location! »

I stay at this location on business trips due to it proximity. It is close to expressway yet not actually in Spokane. The décor needs to be updated, however, no complaints on cleanliness. The complimentary breakfast is a great time saver.

« Lots of good, some bad »

The highlights were a great breakfast, a nice large TV set, lots of pillows, good mattress. The lows were noise from the hallway and surrounding rooms: every step I took caused the floor to shudder slightly, I noticed the same from the room above and in the hallway. Fortunately, with lots of pillows over my head I was able to sleep through the night on the comfortable bed. Breakfast was the best ever in this level of hotel, make your own omelet with ham and cheese! Plus lots of fresh fruit, good coffee, I could go on and on here! Terrific! The front desk was pleasant but check-in took almost 10 minutes due to computer lagginess...in 2016, really? But the wifi worked quite well, go figure!

    « Worst stay ever!! »

Just a bad stay. Nobody thought to make any kind of impression. As soon as I arrived the desk person ( a supervisor no doubt) before greeting me is asking for my Id and credit card. Just seemed a little unpersonable and unprofessonal. After spending the whole day out on business, I come back to lay down and room service woke me up at 2:00 in the afternoon to clean my room. Then at breakfast that morning they ran out of syrup and provided me with sugar free (yuk!!). Then the internet service went out. I contacted the front desk and they did nothing to correct the problem except to provide me with a number to call to correct the problem. Excuse me but I thought that was their job. Then I checked out quite early and the girl on duty took forever to check me out and over charged me to boot. Also the parking lot is like a maze just to get to the place with all the truck activity. Just a horrible stay. So regardless of their not attempting to make an impression on me they certainly did. I will never even consider staying in anything that even remotely resembles best western.

« Excellent staff.. Lovely room »

We pre-booked on line for a quick overnight stay to check in around 10 pm. We got lost!! front desk guy "Gary" talked us all the way to the inn with extreme patience and kindness! ( 10 min on the phone) when we arrived after midnight ( tired and extremely crabby) another employee "Janeta" moved her car so we could park close to the main entrance ( my mom is 86). I am ashamed to admit I was not very nice. These 2 young people were amazing, kind , professional and checked us in. The room was super clean and lovely, GREAT bed with more than enough pillows! I felt like a heel. They were gracious and so professional. Thank you for a very decent end to a loooong day.

    « Average »

Left before the breakfast began, and was disappointed with the slow-speed internet. I finally just turned off my laptop and went to bed. Pages wouldn't even load. If you get the To-go breakfast bag, you may have to hound them to actually do it.

    « What's in the air? »

We awoke quite dizzy and could not account for the feeling. We hadn't experienced this before and wondered if there was something in the heating/ac system that caused this. There was no odor, but we were quite disoriented for some time..

    « Most amazing service! »

My mother became ill while traveling and I called to try to pay for a hotel for my parents to stay in prior to a long flight home. After three other hotels in the area refused to allow me to charge a credit card from across country, the staff of this hotel went out of their way to accommodate my request. They made arrangements for my mother to have a first floor room close to the entrance and then sent fresh flowers to her room with a note saying they hoped she felt better soon.

« BW Peppertree Airport Inn - Spokane »

We arrived at the hotel and the front desk greeted us with a smile and welcome! They were very friendly and they had our room ready as soon as we arrived. I got a room with 2 queen beds for my daughter and I and they were quite comfortable. They had breakfast in the morning where you can fix your own eggs, waffles and I believe pancakes. They also had an assortment of bakery foods, juice and coffee. Since it was so cold outside, I was very happy to see that the room could be heated quickly. The heater was very user friendly and was working! I've been in some hotels where it was difficult to turn on the AC or heater, or that the unit didn't even work. This wasn't the case at all! The only negative about this hotel that I can think of is that we were facing the nearby highway and that there was someone above us that seemed to be getting up or arriving during the middle of the night. That's out of the control of the employees, but that's all that I can think of at the moment. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. The shower is "handicap friendly" which I was really impressed with as I am a retired special education teacher. The employees of the hotel were all friendly and upbeat. If you were to ask me if I would stay at this hotel, I would definitely say: Yes! I would just ask to be on the top floor next time. The room was very quiet all around and you would never guess that there was anyone next door to you or that there was traffic. Something that I forgot to mention is that they do have an exercise room (we didn't have time to use it) on the premises.

    « request ignored...... »

I asked the desk person if he could give me a room that would be away from all of the noise. He then gave me a room that was right next to the lobby and the elevators. Thanks for nothing! It was obvious to me he did not listen to me at a?l. Did not want to argue, I just wanted to rest at that point. I had just driven from Seattle to Spokane. Will not be staying here in the future. Usually very satisfied with Best Western Plus. Definitely not in this case.

Another model motel to stay in. Our experience was flawless. Welcome center lobby was impeccable. Easy check-in. Atmosphere was relaxing. Rooms were large for my wife and I. Bed was soft. Clean and quiet all around. There was an automatic car wash a block away and around the corner you could hear at night, a calming rush of wind which helped me to relax better, (I am a very light sleeper). Showers had a water saving head which made me relax knowing I wasn't using tons of water. Breakfast was a 10 for me. I suppose there would not be enough space here to detail the breakfast experience. You must try it for yourself. Price was comparable to other motels in the area.

    « Very nice & Clean »

The hotel was next to a truck stop, but was very nice & clean. Seemed like it was updated recently. I would stay here again. There was easy access to the Freeway. It was also not to far from downtown Spokane.

    « Peppertree Always a Good Value »

We stayed here before catching an early morning flight. When we needed an extra stop by the shuttle at check-in, there was no problem. The room as always was clean and spacious. No breakfast available so early in the morning but a little sack lunch was very welcome and was part of their hospitality. I will stay again.

    « Not imppressed »

I stay in many best westerns across the country. The staff were very friendly I will say that in their favor. The heat/cooler did not work properly, coffee pot and shower had not been cleaned. was woken by "stomping at 4am) construction??? , just to find something biting my hand. I had been already moved from a previous room due to pet urine odor. Totally felt a waste of money and sanitized suitcases in vehicle for a few days in case of infestation when I got home before bringing in house.

    5
« In and out, great customer service, very convenient! »

We got there pretty late and were given a room that was obviously not clean (the sheets were unmade and the room was a mess). This has happened to me a few times, so it wasnt such a huge deal. I just went downstairs to let them know. They were super sorry and gave me a new room. Very spacious with a neat little sofa. Sheets and pillows were clean. The bathroom is kind of weird because the faucet and mirror are in the general room, which is actually pretty convenient (one person can shower while the other gets ready in the mirror). When we got up to leave to the airport, we had a new set of front desk clerks, one of which was Morgan. I remember her name because she was the absolute best and knows how to do customer service. She had a little brown bag filled up with fruit, a water bottle and a granola bar. She gave us a ride to the airport in a timely manner. She also happened to be the clerk to pick us up from the airport. Breakfast is like normal Best Western places. The location is kind of weird, but totally great for the rate and service. Like I said, great, great, great.

    « Peppertree review »

Peppertree Inn is easy access from Interstate 90 and near the airport. Lots of air travelers were coming and going. Some room furnishings are new and others are dated. Lobby is very nice as is the breakfast room. Spa could use some new tiles/grout while the pool looked nice. Hallways were updated yet with large number of travelers coming and going a more frequent vacuuming would be beneficial.

    « Good Experience »

Hotel was good. It was well run and exactly what we expected for what we paid. The linen was not in perfect condition but we got an amazing price for our hotel. The breakfast was phenomenal. Overall I would recommend anyone stay there for a short.

« Very clean and well appointed hotel. Great value »

Greeted by very friendly and efficient staff. Was here for one night on a business trip. Booked two rooms. The decor was modern. The room was fresh smelling, not perfume-y. Bath room was spotless. TV worked well and I liked that remote control is sanitized. I also enjoyed that instead of stocking with too small ( and wasteful) shampoo bottles, Best Western has a shampoo dispenser. Other party in our group enjoyed facilities. Hotel is right next to the highway, but room was quiet. Only negative was that pillows were not very fluffy or firm.

Booked 2 nights there thru Trip advisor. Got a great rate thank you very much. Sat and Sun valentines weekend for 66 a night (plus taxes). 1 king bed room. They do serve comp beer and snacks, but its only Monday through Friday. Weekend breakfast is good with plenty of choices. Weekday breakfast has fewer options. Only problem we had was little hot water in shower. 1 call to the front desk, they checked their water heater, no problem there, so they sent maintenance to our room. It took him about 1/2 hr to tear into it and get it fixed. Still not a big deal. For our inconvenience, they lowered our rate for our next upcoming stay, which I already booked. Yes it's near the airport and the freeway. Never heard one plane, did hear traffic, but we were on that side of the building. It wasn't loud, just a small background noise. Staff were very friendly check in and check out. Gas station near by. Subway restaurant and a Denny's. Easy on/off the freeway. Exit 276. 10 minutes to downtown Spokane.

« New furnishings doesn't make up for dirty rooms »

Glad to know the person who cleans the rooms has black hair, as I found in the tub. Also they liked coffee...because the coffee pot in the room still had the previous guests in it. Watch out for hair in the ham for breakfast.

« Fantastic place to stay »

The staff at this BW Plus by the airport are what puts the "Best" in Best Western. I stay at this hotel every week, and I am always greeted with a smile when I walk in the door. The rooms are large and well appointed, the WiFi is great, and the showers are wonderful (any regular traveler knows how much lo-flow showers are annoying). Although I stay here for business, I would gladly bring my family here if I was in the area.

Hotel was great! Happy Hour M-Th 5 to 7 with a lite meal. I'm not a drinker but a very good environment with other guest and the staff hosting the event. Breakfast in the morning also was great, with make your own omelet with the fixings. If don't want to eat there in the morning you could go across the parking lot to Denny's but why waste money and enjoy the eggs, pancakes, potatoes, sausage, ect. right there at the Hotel. I will be looking forward to staying there again when in town.

    « great staff »

We stayed 2 separate nights in January. We left our vehicle there for 10 days. The front desk staff as other employees were very helpful and pleasant. The room was upgraded and very nice. No issues. There shuttle van was handy to and from the airport. The shuttle will also take you to the Northern Quest Casino and other locations. We will definitely stay here again.

    « Abuse Galore - Except Here! »

Being a very active business travel I try to gather points for my free time. Well, I have used Best Westerns most due to the fact that they are where I need to go. Over time I have become very conscious to the fact that the people who work in these locations have to deal with the rude, obnoxious, overbearing, thankless, public every day if their career and so therefore I believe the ones that truly do the job, enjoy it, are pleasant to all no matter what, should automatically be granted Sainthood. The other 99% can take a long walk on a short pier. Well a large portion of the 1% work at this location. It was so nice to be treated like a valued customer, treated like a human being, treated like a family member. I have probably stayed in 30 locations now and this one is hands down the number 1 location in the country that I have stayed! Keep up the good work you guys and I will be back. There is another hidden treasure in Denver but that is one person who doesn't belong in the the staff of "should learn from him" group of associates.

« Stayed here to catch a flight in the morning »

This is an average hotel. Very friendly staff. Parking while away is $5 per night. With that in mind it would have been less expensive to stay at one of the airport hotels. Parking at the north shuttle is $4 per day so I opted for this.

« Comfortable, attractive, great staff & location! »

Literally right next to the Spokane airport, there isn't an easier place to stay if you are flying in or out of town. Yes, it's a bit remote from downtown - but there's a pretty good Uber network around here and if you grab a rental car ... you're certainly able to get around easily. The property is well kept and smartly designed, clean & comfortable. I booked this room through TripAdvisor and the rate made this an excellent value. Breakfast was a nice buffet including DIY omelettes & waffles along with all the other usual offerings such as hot oatmeal, cereal, & yogurt. A good variety of pastries were also out ... truly something for everyone. This hotel also features a gift shop so you don't have to go running all over for beverages, snacks, or basic necessities. Yes, even adult beverages can be purchased on the property. Now for the best part from my perspective. WHAT AN EXCELLENT STAFF. Friendly, personable, truly interested in engaging the guests and always smiling. What a joy to be here! The head honchos at Best Western HQ would do well to study what's going on here and work diligently to duplicate this staff throughout the nation. This place is an absolute winner!

« Best location for an early morning flight »

The personnel at the front desk could not have been more helpful. She set up the computer for printing my boarding pass, and gave me a map showing directions to the airport terminal. A Dennys restaurant and Gas station are co-located for airline travelers.

    « Very nice rooms »

I enjoyed this hotel. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was excellent with everything you could think of to choose from including waffles and omelets. There is also a little store with drinks and supplies. I would definitely stay here again.

    « Prefer Best Western »

My wife and I have been traveling in the western United States between Canada and California. We have been staying at Best Western's exclusively due to the fact that we can always depend on the quality of the rooms. The staff have been extremely helpful and friendly and their recommendations for restaurants have always been superb.

    « Comfortable, clean room »

Our weekend getaway was extra enjoyable with our comfortable room. The room was well decorated, and extremely relaxing. The features of the room worked as expected. If I had to find fault with anything, it would be not having a garbage can in the bathroom. The room had a huge TV which allows you to watch your favorite shows. The hotel offers, but we did not use, a shuttle running to the airport and other local attractions including Northern Quest Casino. I will definitely stay here again.

« NIce stay for overnight especially before flights »

This hotel is conveniently located off I-90 and close to the Spokane airport. It is quiet, and the rooms are nice. The airport shuttle is available around the clock which helped us a lot with catching a 5:30 AM flight. We have stayed here several times over the years. The rooms are nice, and the breakfast is excellent.

« Customer service ABOVE AND BEYOND. »

This hotel is adequate in-room, but my experience with customer service and access to airport was above and beyond expectation: thanks to Haley! My children were to fly out on Monday morning. We made it onto the shuttle for a short drive to GEG. Daughter left something valuable back at the hotel. Shuttle PROMPTLY returned to the airport, took me back to retrieve purse, took me back to the airport then picked me up AGAIN to return after kids departed.

    « Great airport hotel... »

When traveling to Spokane from the east coast, we always arrive midnight or later so we make a beeline for the Peppertree Inn. This, comfortable hotel, Denny's next door, breakfast is good and rooms are clean and quiet. Staff is very friendly and accommodating and the 24 hour shuttle is icing on the cake.

« We love this hotel and will return »

We paid $100 a night but are impressed with the hotel. The decor is classy, there is a sitting area separated by a half wall. There is a desk, big screen TV, fridge and microwave and bathroom with dispensers, including conditioner. There is a coffee pot with 7 packs of coffee, sugar and tea pouches. There is pool (a bit nippy) and hot tub (push the button about 7 times until it turns on). Breakfast includes waffles, potatoes and ham/eggs, yogurt, bagels, doughnuts, coffee and juice. They were playing the news. They have a free happy hour M-Th evenings for reward members where each adult gets 2free drinks. Our stay was F-Sun. There appears to be free popcorn, and the exercise room is nice. Denny's is across the street. We will definitely return.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Loved the free beer and hot dogs for happy hour and enjoyed the pool and hot tub and proximity to the airport. Everyone was very friendly and the gift shop was stocked up.

    « I had my doubts..... »

about staying at this hotel. However, we opted for a trip through Orbitz and the price for this Best Western was much less expensive and its proximity to the airport was phenomenal. This was our first time staying at a Best Western Plus. Very impressive! The hotel had just been remodeled and the furnishings were beautiful! The rooms reminded me of hotel we generally patronize with the exception of the bathrooms which had not yet been remodeled. But the bedrooms were fabulously decorated!! Denny's, a short walk across the parking lot, was so fabulous! And across the parking lot in the other direction was a full service gas station with several options for food, desserts, and tons of other local goodies! The hotel staff was very polite and quick to respond. There was a free breakfast with tons of options including an omelet stand manned by the hotel staff. The one issue we encountered was a lack of clean towels and washcloths. The staff was very quick to resolve that issue for us. The hotel was beautifully decorated. We were only there for two days to attend a college football game, so for a two nighter, it was a great option, especially with its proximity to the airport.

« All in one place. »

In general we like Best Western hotels. This one had it all in one place. We wanted to be near to the airport. This hotel was very close to the airport, plus across the parking lot was a good Denny's (24 hour) and also a gas station. The room at the Inn was very nice, full buffet breakfast was included and there is even a small gift shop. Very pleasant staff. Free Wi-Fi

Breakfast made to order every morning. Happy hour with freebies Monday - Thursday for Rewards Members (which you can sign up right as your free drink and appetizers). Great and Friendly Staff. Will definately be back.

    « Excellent for a family! »

We loved the separate bedroom! Close to the airport and a large room! Large king sized bed and couch area in the main part. Queen sized bed off to the side with it's on TV and door. It was perfect for us to have the children go to bed and we were still able to enjoy time together. Large king sized bed was a perfect "couch" while watching tv and playing video games.

« Good place to stay near Spokane airport »

Everything was good except for the TV remote control. The cable system is very inconvenient to use. I did not see a TV channel guide in the room. Breakfast was very nice and the desk staff did a great job.

« BEST WESTERN SPOKANE, WA AIRPORT »

My stay here was great. The beds, decor, and staff were great. Could have been a little bit better breakfast selection, but overall had a great experience. I had a left item (it took several day) but was finally able to speak to someone that was able to assist me in retrieving my item. I would definitely stay here again.

    « Airport Inn »

Whenever we travel by air or have things to do in Spokane we usually stay at this hotel. They have early shuttle departures to the airport and very reasonable rates. The dining area is quite large and they even offer complimentary evening drinks on stays from Monday through Thursday. It looks like the rooms have been recently updated.

« Stay at airport Best Western »

This is a nice clean and modernized hotel near the airport. With downtown Spokane only a 10 minutes drive, I found this hotel just as good as staying downtown without the hassle. The rooms are clean and modernized for the modern traveler. There are plenty of outlets for running a device or charging them. This even includes powered USB ports. The breakfast was very good with some very nice ladies making up some tasty omelettes. I would stay here again.

« Poor emergency management in storm »

I stayed here for three nights total. The power went out the last night due to a major city wide storm. Power was out in the majority of the city. The hotel is located on the outside of Spokane. The outage affected the majority of the city. There was no nearby food availability. Staff charged guests $10.00 for a very small candle and high amounts for snacks. Staff did not assist guests to their rooms in the dark and just stood behind the counter. The hotel didn't even provided bottled water or offered any food. Power was still out in the morning and once again no emergency supplies. There was just some donuts and juice offered for their "breakfast". When asked a time frame for power to be restored. "Well, I called a couple of hours ago and I couldn't get through to anyone..I'll call later this afternoon". This was at 8:00 am. Very poor management and/or hotel policy in this situation. Also, my gas tank was low and all nearby gas stations had lost power also. Luckily, I was able to make it 25 miles out of town to a gas station or else I would've been stranded in a hotel with no food or bottled water or even candles to find my way through the halls.

    « Excellent »

As a WA state car dealer, I attend DAA, and Copart Auctions The Peppertree is the only place I will stay. I bring my family The Hotel will shuttle me to the auctions, and my family can enjoy all the services (pool, hot tub, exercise room) of the hotel. And I know the staff at the hotel will take care of any thing they need. And if you need to fly the airport is right there and the hotel will shuttle you to the airport.

« Great stay, very pleasant staff »

Very helpful staff. Room was very clean and quiet. Bed extremely comfortable (I wish my pillows at home were as good as those at the hotel :-) ). This hotel has three of the key things I look for: quiet room, a fan in the bathroom to vent shower steam, and a free hot breakfast. Unfortunately, my flight was too early to take advantage of the hot breakfast, but on my was out the door to take the free shuttle to the airport, there was a lady offering to make omelets on the spot for anyone who wanted one - and this was even before the 6am breakfast start time. Parking while away is $5 per day, which I think is very reasonable. The shuttle back from the airport was also free.

    « Just passing through »

As noted by other reviewers, the staff is friendly and accommodating. This is an airport hotel with few travelers looking for amenities other than a decent nights sleep which it provides. Access to the property is a little wonky.

« Good Hotel Unfortunate room choice »

Even though we are Best Western Platinum members, we were put in a room next to the vending area. It was also next to an outside entrance. Other than that the accomodations were very adequate. The airport shuttle service is very efficient.

« Ohter than staff this place sucks! »

The room given to me was not cleaned. So they said they would clean it. I dropped a lid to a bottle and looked under the bed - disgusting. Filthy! No channel guide. Front desk says use the guide on the TV OK but the game is on and.... Finally somebody found the channel because the TVs are different in the rooms!!!! please. I stay at BWs 3-4 nights a week. I will never stay at this one again,.

« Breakfast items are below average »

Overall OK, but the breakfast is not that good. Almost the worst among the other Best Western I have stayed. Not many choices of restaurant nearby and quite far away from the down town area. The air conditioner in the room is really loud. The staff are friendly and helpful though.

    « Very friendly service »

Stayed one night before our flight. Was met by a very pleasant and friendly lady. Room clean and very nice. Bed comfortable. They had happy hour from 5 - 7 p.m. Unfortunately we could not join them for breakfast, our flight was too early. Have already reserved two nights for January/February when we go to Mexico.

« not what it looks like »

thers not even a kitchen set up the dining space and counters are nice then you see them cooking on a rolling cart... the rooms are nice but the tub was old an miscolored and curtin and floors smelled like pee. The door to the room is not sealed theres a 1/2 inch space under door to halway and up the door jam. i could look out into halway and see. Allso could hear everything that went in the hallway witch kept me up all night as travelers arived.

    « exceptional employees »

Everyone of the employees I dealt with did an outstanding job. I would rate the service as perfect. While there, I used the hotel shuttle, printed boarding passes, ate at the convenient nearby restaurant and attended their in-house happy hour. My request for convenient and easy accommodations for my elderly aunt and mother was met perfectly. It was actually more convenient than I thought possible. I do not have a single complaint.

    « Holidy visit »

The treatment we were given made the trip even more enjoyable. Twot yearago in Pasco we had the opposite. Marriot at the door said we did not have a reservatoion made on their front desk. Claimed it was on line when it was not. It was the state baseball championships we were shoved out in the cold. Sleep in saved the day. So we know bad service

I was travelling for business with a coworker who booked this hotel for us during our trip. I have to say, I wasn't excited that she had booked a Best Western. But when we arrived I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel lobby and rooms were very nice, clean, and updated. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic--lots of options including hot food. Definitely would recommend.

I was in need of a long term stay in the Spokane area and the Best western came through to meet my need. I stayed in a great room with a full kitchen that made the stay doable. I also found the beds and pillows very comfortable for my long term stay. Hotel staff was wonderful and the management team outstanding to work with.

The staff was very friendly and comfortable to work with. The food, non-alcoholic beverage choices, and wine for the Happy Hour were just okay, although the beer was really good. The location is a little off the beaten path, but the shuttle service was amazing and helped us enjoy the area without worrying about driving. Overall, I think this is a lovely place to stay and if we're ever in that area again, we would definitely choose this hotel.
