Best Western Plus Laredo Inn & Suites

Each time I've stayed at this location, it has always been exceptional. The location is perfect for me as a business trip, and also acting as a tourist. It's obvious to me that the local management does their job very well.

Great hotel to spend the night, do some shopping, and stage in preparation for crossing the border. The room was large, clean, and quiet. The bed was super comfortable. There's a refrigerator and a microwave. A security guard patrols the parking lot at night and into the early morning. The location is only 5 - 10 mins from the border, mall, and outlet stores. There's a coffee machine available 24/7 with regular and decaf options of cappuccino, latte, etc. This will be our hotel of choice when we make border crossing. We didn't try the breakfast because we left for the border at 5:30am.

Very nice hotel, however? this hotel does not offer safes in their hotel rooms, safes are needed in hotel rooms for any valuables that hotel guests are traveling with... all the other Best Western hotels do offer safes in their rooms...

Staff was extremely friendly and personable. Room was very clean as well as the facility in general. I saw someone cleaning about every trip through the lobby or outside. The room and bathroom was very clean. Beds comfortable.

On a 4 day stay I got to meet a large portion of tye staff. An AC issue was corrected quicky & accurately. From housekeeping, the front desk, maintenance, security, and management every single person was friendly, professional, and an absolute pleasure.

The BW Plus Laredo Inn & Suites is a very good hotel, clean and a helpful caring staff. WiFi is consistent with good speed, Breakfast is always good, however you don't have a choice of what or how much you get. The hotel is in a good location, the only problem I have with them is the price. The price per night will fluctuate in extremes without perceived justification. This last stay cost $272.45, I'm sorry the stay is not worth that much when the next day I stayed in a BW in Houston that was newer had a better breakfast and it cost me $102.00 Perhaps greed ?

My touring band stayed there for one night. We requested a late checkout and ground floor rooms, and the staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. Can't recommend them enough! Very happy with my stay!

upon arrival the staff was very professional and accommodating. the entire staff, from cleaning staff to server for breakfast were courteous, polite and professional. What a surprise. Only issue was minor, could not lower air conditioning below 70 degrees, Room was clean, and breakfast was pre plated which indicated a concern for cleanliness and safety for health and environment.

The building is older and could benefit from a remodel BUT the most important thing was that it was extremely clean. The room was clean, the lobby was clean and the breakfast area extremely clean. Staff was professional and very helpful.

Traveled to Laredo, Texas for a family reunion. Everything was great! Not to mention the breakfast. The breakfast was delicious and tasted like real MEXICAN breakfast! The room was clean and the front receptionist was amazing and made the process super easy and quick !

The decor is all red, black, gray, and white. Very modern. I felt very safe at the hotel and the breakfast was always well stocked. Hot plates are offered with all the usual hotel breakfast accommodations. The pool was warm. Only thing is I wish the hot tub was actually hot. It was more like a lukewarm tub.

Jorge was great. The staff was very courteous and the hotel was very clean, they had office supplies and were willing to help with making copies. They were very happy to assist and made our stay a pleasant one. Highly recommend!

As a first time guest at Best Western Plus Laredo, my family and I had a great and relaxing time. We travel to Laredo often to visit extended family so finding a decently priced place with enough room for 3 adults and one toddler can be hard to find. Although we only stayed one night, the front desk staff and management were professional and informative. The manager informed us about the Rewards Program and added our stay to the program which added points towards saving $20 on future visits. The rooms are spacious, clean, with modern appliances and furniture. Room temperatures are adjustable via thermostat. No issues noted with the TV and Internet services. Overall, we would definitely consider Best Western Plus as an option for future stays when we visit Laredo.

The front desk staff was tremendous, they were super friendly and helpful. I had never been to Laredo before and they gave me good insights and directions to the city. The breakfast was really good & the lady who ran the breakfast was really nice. Comfortable and cozy room. Plenty of parking. Convenient location.

Great customer service and clean rooms. Cleaning service kept bathroom clean and refilled of all bathroom supplies. Beds made daily with clean sheets and carpets vacuumed. Lobby area clean with a good served breakfast.

The staff made such a difference. The maintenance was so well done, and took a ton of effort because it kept raining. There was a sense of personal pride in the work they do which elevates the stature of this hotel. There is also a camaraderie among the staff which creates an atmosphere of family and security. If we knew that all Best Westerns were run and maintained like this one, we would have no interest in any other hotel chain.

The staff were all AMAZING! I have never been to a hotel that had a front desk full of upbeat and bubbly people. The front desk staff went above and beyond their job. One woman helped us to translate a wedding invitation. Another woman made us feel at home from the moment we checked in. The roo.s were clean and well stocked with toiletries. I HIGHLY recommend staying here!

We came to celebrate my son's birthday and he had a wonderful time. The room was spacious, very clean and we had our dinner in the breakfast area which was nice of them to let us. I will definitely be staying here again.

First room AC not working correctly, Moved to new room AC still not cold. Both rooms had a disconnected wall thermostat l, it was before 6 pm and asked if we could cancel the room and was advised we could not

During our stay one of our friends got very sick. Food poisoning from a restaurant in town. The manager went and bought topo Chico mineral water. She said it would help calm her stomach. It worked! But I was impressed that she went above and beyond to help us. She was an exception hotel manager.

From the very helpful desk clerk Natasha (and others) to the nicely furnished rooms, this Best Western was a treat for 6 nights after we had been on the road three days. The decor was smart, and so were the staff. Even the breakfast design, a danger point in these days of covid, was well thought out. An unexpectedly classy place. The location is very good too. It is on a service road parallel to I-35, the north-south highway going through Laredo to or from Mexico, but it was nicely quiet inside. Good free parking.lot. Laredo is spread out, a bit like Indianapolis, so hotels are not downtown neighborhoods with expensive restaurants. But one of the best family restaurants in Laredo, Taquitos Ravi, is right behind. And I expect the hotel's own restaurant will be pretty nice when it re-opens after covid. Some nice imported ceramics, paper-mache and metal statues stores on both sides of the street near Taquitos Ravi. Fun if you get tired of Laredo's mall scene. I have stayed at the Ava, Marriott Courtyard, LaQuinta and others before, and this Best Western is definitely the best place to stay on the I-35 strip.

Location is excellent for us to conduct business Place is clean and quiet. Staff is very attentive. We were there during covid so city was on semi lockdown. Staff did everything required to maintain safety.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Upon walking into my room I was impressed with the spaciousness and extra pillows on the beds. The room was clean and smelled clean. Check-in was easy using the CLC card for companies. The beds were extremly comfortable. I totally recommend this hotel for a great stay. The only reason I did not give it top notch is the location to restaurants.

This is a great hotel, really nicely decorated. Easy to get to, alot of food places nearby. Staff is very nice and very helpful!! I accidently dropped the lid to my yeti cup into the ice machine! Yes the ice machine, the staff asked the maintenance to open machine and get it out for me!! Thats is great customer service!!! Went out of their way to help!! I'll be back........ thank you guys!

I can't say enough good things about the staff at this hotel. I was in a bit of a situation and instead of just shrugging his shoulders and saying that it was just policy Freddie at the front desk called his manager and through his initiative and her kindness I was able to get sorted out. You can have the nicest hotel in the world but with bad staff you will have a bad hotel. The best Western plus is a nice hotel with the best staff. I would stay here again and suggest it to anyone.

Very nice place to stay. Near the border so the shopping is good. The mall and all the downtown shops are really close. It is really close to the outlets and the downtown shops. There is security in the parking lot and always felt safe. The rooms were clean and roomy.

Excellent room and very clean. Check in was very easy. Front desk clerk was very attentive, answered all my question and was very positive. She had a great personality and welcomed us with a smile. Easy location, right off the freeway, great, well lighted parking. We really enjoyed our stay.

Just came back from Laredo and we stayed at the Best Western Plus. We had a great time and everyone had that southern kindness. From the desk clerk to the breakfast hostess to the housekeepers all helped us when we asked with a smile.

I come very often to Laredo, and my husband and I decided never to choose another hotel but this one. It's very comfortable, amenities are wonderful, staff is very friendly. The location is convenient, the pool is clean and warm. I came here with a small baby and crib was already waiting for us in the room. We enjoyed our stay so much that we spent more time in the hotel than out!

Stayed here for business this week and was thoroughly satisfied with my stay. The hotel is really nice and the rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of options as well. Definitely my go to hotel next time I am in town.

Went for a couple nights, The room was very ample and clean, the bed very comfortable, the pillows just a little over stuffed. The included breakfast was not excelent but very good. A nice value. In room coffe was very good also

We can't express how satisfied we were with our stay at the Best Western Plus in Laredo. It is very clean,quiet and serves a breakfast that has a good variety of foods. Most important we had an issue which the staff was very happy to help us solve. I stayed in this hotel, after 3 other hotels in the same area. This one is the best by far! Clean room, everything works, including the hot water, coffee pot, etc. I plan to stay at this hotel for all my future Laredo business needs.

We have stayed in this location three times, on business trips. The hotel is well maintained, and the breakfast area was spotless. The breakfast room attendant was quick to clean the tables after a guest finished their breakfast, and clean up any spills. We told her in person that we really appreciated her efforts. It is also convenient to our client.

1400 block of Hospitality in Laredo Tx.. First and last time... Biggest complaint.. I enjoy packing my breakfast to eat when i wake.. Management will not allow.. Apparently oatmeal is sacred and not allowed to leave the 10 by 10 dinner area

i have stayed here couple of times i really love this place clean, with everything that you need internet, gym, jacuzi, pool, delicious morning breakfast; rooms are good size and beds are very confy! i do recommend this place.

I made reservations weeks ahead tor an accessible room with a walk in shower. When I arrived the clerk at the front desk told me that the room I made reservation was not available. When I made the reservations, the room was available and I reserved the room for four nights. I was given another room that was not an accessible room. The following day they were able to move me to an accessible room with a walk in shower. If the room was not available why did they accept my reservation and never notify me that they could not honor the reservation until I was at the front desk? I was and still am dissatisfied. I have been a Gold member for years and this is how they treat repeat customers. I will think twice about staying at this location in Laredo, Tx.

Stayed here while on a work trip. The staff were very friendly and the rooms exceptionally clean. I always felt perfectly safe in and around the hotel area. It was very easy to get to and within a 10 minute drive of several good places to eat. I will certainly stay there again if my travels take me back to Laredo.

This is my 2nd time I stayed at this hotel. I would stay again. Diana M. gen mgr. was very helpful. I would give an excellent rating but, because of the backup bathtub and sink drains I gave a very good rating. The exercise room door needs to be fix. My husband and I were locked couldn't get of the exercise room. The door would not open to let us out. By luck, someone pass by and we had to squeeze the key card with what little opening there was for them to swipe the key card to let us out of the exercise room.

WE stayed at the hotel as a group and it was excellent. The place was very clean and tidy. The rooms were excellent in size & very clean. Beds were neat and tidy. We will definintly be staying at he Best Western PLUS again.

Was very clean and decor was very classy. The only thing I didn't like was the shower, it was very narrow and cheap looking. The shower curtain was not completely closing the opening of the shower stall.

What a lovely hotel. Clean with a modern look and very spacious rooms. A great Greeting by Diana the GM. She was warm and friendly and gave us a great rate. She also gave us wonderful recommendations for sights and restaurants. Wouls stay here anytime. Smart and very cleam rooms. A throrughly enjoyable stay so thank you Diana.

The street noises were loud, air conditioner was loud, the shower pressure was a trickle and we had the smoke detector beeping in the middle of the night with no response from the hotel to recognize that our stay was less than acceptable.

Have got to say that this is hands down our favorite plcepto stay at for a weekend getaway. Very family friendly. Cleanliness is top-notch. Customer service is excellent. Their full breakfast is an extraordinary bonus. Highly recommend it!

I stayed in room 213 on 02/08/2019 to 02/09/2019 the stay was really nice the staff was very friendly and helpful as the night progressed we found out that the bed was to tall for my mother to get on it to sleep but at 12:00 am I called the front desk and they sent up a stepping stool and she was able to get in bed it took them 3:00 minutes to bring it up , thank you for everything we had a wonderful stay.

Overall good hotel. food in the breakfast area was good but did not eat there however did have some coffee in the morning and it could use improvement. very mild and not so hot.. The whole hotel was very clean. Location was good not to far from Mall but a little far from the airport although i did not fly in.

Closest hotel 4 the business center it said to have and when I got there the printer wasn't working so I had to go out of my way to find a place that could print out elsewhere had to pay to have my stuff printed then when we finally made it back to the room a few hours later about 1 a.m. the fire alarm went off in every room we all panicked around downstairs just to find out some guest was smoking in a room it was a horrible experience my daughter was scared and refused to go back to sleep needless to say it was a terrible stay

I was able to get the rest and exercise I wanted, There is a lot of entertainment with the big screen TV in room and the room service for dinner with an easy call with the information on room desk. The Samsung Pay worked awesome, with the Front Desk for paying for room or just buy food from the market place next to office on location.

We are staying here for a couple days for business and everything's been great. Staff is friendly and rooms are very clean. Hotel is very modern and appealing. Great decor and design and beds are amazing. Need to get these at home! Will stay here again next time I am in town

This was all you could hope for in a hotel anywhere near this price point. Exceptional staff, super clean and fresh smelling. The room smelled amazing, the rooms are very well appointed with a very comfortable bed. The indoor pool was nice also. I will be staying here the next time I am in Laredo.

What a great hotel, will definitely recommend. easy check in, great entry and lounge room has no smell, it was great beds are firm and pillows are soft, you have a small frig, coffee maker and microwave right off the highway, easy to get to, but right on the highway noisy traffic a/c got nice and cold, very cold great tv, lots of plugs internet easy to access large room with large chair and footrest Highly recommended

Stayed here on business for about 5 days. Room was nice and clean. Hotel is modern and relatively new. Very similar to a Hampton Inn. Breakfast is basic with a few hot items. Has an indoor pool with a hot tub which was nice. The gym is weak - a treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike and one weight machine. Staff was friendly. I would stay here again if back in Laredo.

This location and staff are the reminder to me all that's terrific about Diana and team . In Laredo ,if your seeking service with smile and very good breakfast, enjoy what I have in previous visits with this Best Western property. We found BW Plus in Laredo to meet nearly all of our needs. Fantastic attentive staff, clean, comfortable rooms, and convenient location. Appreciated parking lot security. Wifi issues the only minor problem.

Needed a place to stay for the night after a long drive, and I chose BW Plus because I liked the one in Houston so much. This one wasn't as nice as the one in Houston, and the breakfast wasn't as good (which was a bummer because I love a good breakfast), but it didn't suck either. Most importantly, the room was clean and comfortable and the people were friendly and helpful. Couple of suggestions: -The tiles between the hallway and the pool area get VERY slippery when wet; using those tiles in that location seems like a strange design decision. They really need to invest in a longer rubberized mat that covers that entire distance before somebody falls and breaks their face, which I saw almost happen a couple of times in the short time I was there. -The computers in the front could do with a little maintenance so that they functioned like normal Windows 10 computers instead of being incredibly difficult to navigate because of the wacko way they're set up, and so that it were easier for a user to confirm that they've cleared all of their personal data when they've finished. Why isn't incognito mode available on Chrome? It solves that problem.

Great lobby decor with red, grey and black colours. Nice big room with again beautiful colours and decor. Beautiful breakfast area. First place in my three week trip that they attended to my gluten free needs by bringing me a choice in a basket to choose from.

Our suite was large and the view from the top floor was interesting. The WiFi was poor. The room had everything you could need and housekeeping was very good. The breakfast was only fair. Staff were very good. The area was not the best.

I am offering insights to the Best Western noted as in past stay ,this Hotel is far a away the best location one may consider if traveling to Laredo. Victor at the front desk, a new smiling face ,did acknowledge my Diamond Status enthuastically offered my snack or additional 500 pts I am entitled to and I was vey impressed.Each day my breakfast offered was fresh and tasty ! I stayed here for 5 nights in December 2017 and regretted it. I will never stay there again. I left with multiple bedbug bites that kept me itching for over a week after I left. I had not stayed anywhere else – this is the only place it could have come from. I let the manager know when I left and he told me they had not had any other complaints but they would look into it. I have stayed at hotels all over the country and in third world countries and have never had this happen before. The hotel itself is one of the newer hotels in the area. It is about a mile from the border and located on a somewhat seedy strip of import shops and fast food restaurants. It is not far from the mall which also has some nice restaurants. The bed and furniture looked fairly new, although I should have looked under the mattress for infestations while I was there. Check-in was quick and the internet worked fine. There was breakfast which was pretty basic but at least had some eggs and sausage. This hotel was pretty inexpensive which is why my work made me stay there instead of the Embassy Suites. If it weren't for the bedbugs, this would have gotten an above average rating, but those bites made me miserable and I will never recommend staying there to anyone.

If you are traveling to Laredo Texas you need to stay at Best Western Plus at Laredo is the best hotel. You are treated as if you are at home, the hospitality goes above and beyond. This hotel is close to everything, is clean, the beds are soft and comfortable, the rooms are comfortable and the cleanliness is spotless. Is a great hotel to go with the family or for business.

nice new hotel, very friendly staff, well lighted parking lot. hot breakfast. Usually crowded and full on the weekends. Indoor pool. close to the border and has a lot of restaurants within 3 miles plus a Walmart

Breakfast is not available after 9 AM eventhough we were told the hours for breakfast was between 7 AM to 10 AM. The tables were dirty and there were no knives or forks available. The only think we had on both days was orange juice and dry toast. Everything was gone by 9:30 on day one and by 9 AM on day two. The tables were dirty and the trash cans were full above capasity and most trash was on the floor. Nobody came out to clean or replenish breakfast area. First time staying and will never stay at this place again.

Staying at the Best Western Plus Hotel in Laredo Texas is something I look forward to doing. I visit Laredo at least every 4-6 weeks and never consider staying anywhere but at Best Western Plus on Sta Ursula street. The staff is very friendly and efficient and always make us feel very welcome. Their professionalism is admirable and I plan to continue staying at this hotel everytime I visit Laredo.

This hotel is quite recently build (2.5 years aprox) is clean and nice (although for me the color scheme picked is a bit weird, too much red everywhere) in my opinion is the best hotel in its class in Laredo, we have stayed before at the hampton further north, but reading the recent reviews, it seems to be in urge of a freshen up. Breakfast is good and plenty but it stops early, so if you are a late starter, be aware! Beds are comfy but pillows could be better. Overall, great hotel for an overnight stay.

I usually always stay at the other BW but daughter wanted to swim so... indoor pool vote won. It's close to I35 so... it's loud, better bring ear plugs. Parking is tight but glad they pay a guard to be out all night. The bed was firm but springy and the pillows are tiny and flat. Bathroom small and I was upgraded to a suite. Breakfast was bad this morning because I got up late and had to fight the 8.30am crowd and there was no eggs. Daughter liked the pool although it is tiny so she's happy... dad's happy. I was planning on 3 nights but due to the never ending I 35 noise were moving on early in the morning. I'd go back up to the north side BW next time for the quietness and great breakfast. Not a bad hotel and VERY good friendly staff but I 35 dud it!

The staff was very friendly. Victor in the front office was very friendly and polite. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. One day they served biscuits and gravy and the next day they had refried beans and potatoes. Wonderful variety and it was delicious. Overall it was a excellent and I highly recommend it.

Two weeks ago I stayed at this beautiful hotel. The entrance is amazing and upon checking in the clerks diana and victor were great. They made my checking in wonderful and fast. I would diffenitly would stay there again.

The hotel is new, clean, and safe. The staff is excellent and very helpful. When I got ill, the desk attendant was most courteous and extended my stay. He made sure that the next hotel I was going to go to was notified and made sure the food I ordered got to my room. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. excellent bed and pillows. Located in the older part of town, but close to the freeway and many restaurants.

Stayed here this week for a quick one night turn around. Chose the BW because of location and its proximity to where we needed to be the next morning. Nice newish clean property. Adequate breakfast and reasonably fast wi-fi. My room was comfortable and clean. Exceptionally good rates. The only downer was the excruciatingly slooooooow check in. They had only one individual working the front desk and it took her an inordinate amount of time to deal with each guest. All in all though, pretty good. Will likely stay here again.

The rooms have everything you need! Front office staff is very helpful! Great location! Loved my stay and experience! The fitness center is open 24/7 and breakfast is great! I don't know what else you could possibly ask for!

I spend last week on Best Western Plus Laredo and i'm sure its the best option on Laredo.Very clean, friendly, good breakfast and indoor pool are the main features of this great hotel. My only advice is pool dress code. During weekends friends from Mexico go to Laredo for shopping and is very easy to see them jumping to the pool with normal clothes, even with socks. During this past weekend i saw a big family with teenagers doing that on a liitle pool designated for little kids.

I stayed at this hotel every time I travel south by car. Love it.Bed is great and you get a good night sleep as it is quiet, dark, and comfortable. Highly recommended whether for business or pleasure.

Overall stay and service was excellent, rooms were comfy, clean, and everything working as it should. Staff and Mgr, cant say enough of their professionalism, and courtesy, just overall a pleasant stay!

Stayed two nights at this BW Plus.. This was our first time staying at a BW Plus. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was very helpful. My family and I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it to any of our friends and family.. Cobra Waxahachie, TX

The hotel is a pretty looking building and was easy to find, the room was nicely laid out and roomy, breakfast had plenty of food options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful on all questions I asked.

nothing special. room was standard and breakfast industry standard. was very noisy but you could see border from window . close to many restaurants and shopping. Souviners across the street. safe parking.

From the time we walked in to the foyer and front desk at our night check in to the check out morning 3 days later, I was impressed with the excellence displayed throughout our stay here. The front desk staff at any time of the day or night are very friendly. Smiles and cordial welcomes are the norm here. Our room was immaculately clean-carpets and bathroom included. King size bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The amenities were all in working order (i.e. HD TV, Microwave, coffeemaker, iron, refrigerator). The only tthiing that bothered us was the fact that we had to reset the free Wi-Fi on our I-phones everytime we wanted to go online. Not sure why, but that was minor compared to the excellent facilities which included the indoor pool and heated jacuzi, the fitness center which included an eliptical and treadmill plus a total gym and plenty of towels. Full breakfast had good variety and freshly cooked omelets one morning, bacon, sausage, beans and breads, juice and coffee. TV's had FOX and CNN to get either "Blue or Red " news. This is just a great value for what you get when you stay here. This is where I'll stay from now on when I come to my hometown to see my parents. This Best Western is the Best kept secret in Laredo but I think, not for long\\ By the way, there was a security guard watching the vehicles in the parking lot at night.

I like this place. It's new. It's fresh. It's spotless. However....... I seriously object to the fact they have Fox News on both TVs. The tv that greets you in the main entry and the tv that is in the dining room. I have stayed there on 3 different occasions and all 3 times it's been the same thing. Fox News in my face. I understand people have different political views but I don't want to be doused with the managements ideals when I'm staying in a place that is there to provide me respite. I find it offensive and inconsiderate. I've stayed in other Best Western Plus properties when I travel and the smart ones have on the weather channel, which is very helpful to travelers. Why not stay neutral Best Western Plus Laredo and make it nice for everyone?

Hotel room was super clean and comfortable. Staff was kind and friendly. Evening receptionist was very helpful with scanning and emailing very important paperwork. Definately would recommend this hotel. My kids loved swimming in the warm indoor pool.

Nice Hotel! Clean, comfortable bed and very nice front desk workers. Sorry I did not get the front desk workers names. They were very helpful in getting us to a place to eat. The beds were the best. This was day 5 of our Corvette trip across Texas so I guess this helped the bed feel so great. Nice clean rooms.

This hotel was excellent in cleanliness and friendliness, even though they were completely full due to Hurricane Harvey. My husband and I would definitely stay here again even if it was not as hurricane evacuees.

Desk clerks Sylvia and Joe went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. They had some things we had forgotten in the room when we checked out ready for us when we returned from Mexico. They were very caring and accommodating.

I left corpus bc of the hurricane. I checked in without issue, but i asked if i could add a day. I was told, they couldn't tell me but they would get back to me. After dinner, u checked again, i was told he would call me room. He never called. But when i first checked in, going up to my room, i spoke with a couple who added a day when they checked in--no problem. Hmmm... Rooms are nice,, fairly clean, but not perfect. I always check for bed bugs. I found sunflower seeds (!) Under the mattress and hair behind the toilet seat. Nothing major, all minor. Breakfast is ok, not always hot (cooked enough). The coffee is glorious though. Parking lot is a little small and i think they have security. They aren't in the greatest part of town it looks like. Staff is nice. Just perplexed about the adding a day to my stay.... When others did without problem. Overall, a good hotel that I'd stay again (or longer).

The rooms where clean, the beds where comfortable, and the berakfast selection was big! Went with a large group for a tournament, and the hotel was very accomidating, and had no problem with all of our guests. Would stay again.

This BW looks great inside and out. It's under-priced, compared to other BWs. The accommodations are great, and the place is well-maintained. Hotel staff was very helpful and courteous, and I especially liked that they have a security guard walking the parking area at night. I met the hotel manager and she was very pleasant, professional, and welcoming! I highly recommend this place.

Exceptionally friendly staff and very clean rooms. Breakfast was rather good, the refried beans were great on top of the scrambled eggs, bacon was rather greasy and very thin. Having picante sauce on the side was nice.

every time we stay at the best western plus the staff is always very friendly even though there's more people there waiting always very polite with everyone rooms are very clean the only thing is that i like my bed a little softer but that's me still feels good but everything is 100% at that hotel great job to all the staff there.

We had a great time here with the family. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is so clean, comfortable and secure. Excellent breakfast. We liked to see security at night at the parking lot. Nice indoor pool, but I think it needs a little more ventilation, it smelled like chlorine. We'll come back soon!

The room was clean and very well equipped with all the amenities you need like Microwave, Refrigerator, coffee maker, TV, etc.. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. The foyer was very well decorated and furnished. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice people who operate this motel. Everyone makes you feel welcome and that you are part of their family. I would not stay anywhere else in Laredo. Great location with easy access to downtown, I35 and points of interest.

Clean comfortable room at very reasonable price. Front desk clerk was very nice and let us know there would be free drinks and snack at 6pm. There was beer and soft drinks along with cheese nachos and chicken tacos! Can't wait to see what their breakfast is like! So far everything is super! Only have one criticism, CNN Fake News was on in the lobby!

I saw this property last December after I had booked at another hotel. This time around on my way to and from my quick trip into Mexico I stopped to see if there were rooms available as I'd not made a reservation. They did and I got a great rate as they were having a special. It location adjacent to the highway leading into Mexico was convenient. I inquired about how long the property has been in operation and was told less than a year. Staff was friendly, security for the parking lot at night. Rooms tasteful and beds comfortable. Morning breakfast was tasty, dining area clean and well serviced.

The best hotel I've stayed in. Really modern and really friendly staff. We slept very comfortably due to the amazing bed. The pool and the hot tub was an amazing experience. I will definitely stay here again

Terrific , large rooms with separate sitting area, above average bathroom space and amenities. New, very clean hotel. Nice lobby / public areas. Very large breakfast area with comfortable seating, more like a restaurant than a breakfast bar area. Typical breakfast fare for BW or similar ... only caution would be.... they don't understand how to make scrambled eggs !! Right on the border.... convenient to conduct border area business. Not a lot to offer within walking distance regarding any entertainment or food.

This is not your typical Best Western. This is a great, clean and very well appointed hotel. I would definitely stay here again and so should you. Love the $90 price. I don't know what else to say because to post my prior sentences it says I have to use 200 words so I'm just rambling to get 200 words. I don't think I'm going to post any more. The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog. Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country.

The experience at this hotel was excellent in every way: welcoming reception by a very friendly, courteous, and helpful staff; spacious and clean room, comfortable bed; good selection at breakfast. The hotel is fairly new and everything is clean and well managed. Will stay there again.

From the first time we travelled to Laredo, Texas, we have always stayed at the Best Western San Bernardo. We love it! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel has an ambiance that welcomes the traveler. The location is superb.

This weekend stay was overall a great one. The staff was helpful and available at all times. The value, quality of bedding, cleanliness and rooms overall are great. The location offers easy access to a variety of locations including restaurants. No complaints about this hotel at all!

The staff is awesome at the front desk.. The General Manager Diana Murillo is very helpful and sincere and goes out of her way to make sure your stay is a pleasant experience, which usually doesn't happen at many other Hotels! The rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast area is also very clean and spacious and the food is very good....

If you want to get an early jump on things and make that border crossing early, this is the place. Or, coming from San Miguel de Allende and driving for 10 hours, this is a great spot to chill for the night. Fresh paint. Modern decor. Microwave. Fridge. Big tv. Lots of room seating. Spacious room. Comfy bed. Good and quiet a/c. Forgotten amenities available for purchase in lobby. Nice offering of breakfast food at your typical motel free breakfast. Pool. Whirlpool. Fitness center open 24 hours with 1 bike, 2 treadmills. A very good choice.

The is the "Best" Best Western we have ever stayed at. We have used BW about 25 times in last 5 years. Very new, very comfortable, quite clean, spacious and quite good service. Large breakfast room and good food. Definitely tay there again.

Perfect place to stay in Laredo. Nice clean rooms and efficient staff. We stayed here to cross the Mexican border the next day. It is convenient to discount shopping the mall and restaurants. And a couple of minutes to the II Bridge

I travel to Laredo and always enjoyed the stay ,but this time seeing GM Diana at front desk covering a shift with professionalism and very positive reception at entry and I cannot tell you how impressed I was to entire stay . She has always exhibited a high level of enthusiasm to all guest including myself. Afternoon team of Joey and Jamie were very attentive to a request I needed and with high sense of urgency took care of me! I felt as the most important person in the hotel despite it being very busy with Spring Breakers . Kudos to the housekeeping team as from Breakfast to check-out ,the team has it down !

Clean and well taken care of. The staff greeted us with polite, professional attitudes. There was a guard on site at night so I felt that my vehicle was protected and it was easy to get to because it was right off of Highway 90.

We had never vistied the Laredo area before, so we chose this hotel based on TA reviews. What a lucky break. First, the hotel is new and beautifully done. Secondly, we were here to do some birding and this hotel was close to almost all of the places we wanted to visit. Lastly, we wanted to eat real Mexican cuisine (not Tex-Mex), and there were wonderful restaurants very close to the hotel, one of which was with walking distance (the only restaurant we ate at twice). We booked this room through Trip Advisor and saved over $30 a night for a king room. Excellent facility.

Personal was very helpful and nice. Clean rooms and good breakfast. I forgot some stuff in my room,and they helped me out and said i could just pick it up on the next visit. Very honest. Wich is not easy to find anymore.

My husband and I returned here October 30 and just left today. Two of my other brothers also stayed here during this time as well. We can not say enough positive things about this hotel. When we arrived we were greeted by Sylvia who remembered us from last year. She gave all of us a beautiful room with king size beds, frig, microwave, sofa. The hotel is so clean, secured and the best place we could ever stay while in Laredo. We had breakfast everyday which included waffles, different kind of eggs everyday, fruit, yogurts, milk and rolls and Danishes. Since we were traveling as a family they once again allowed us like last year to watch tv and hang out in the lobby. They even sent us cookies for us to share! Once again they treated us like we were part of their family, always asking if we needed help with anything because they remembered that we had come down last year to bury our mom and this time we had returned to pay our respects. Thank you again to Sylvia and to Joey at the front desk and to the management team as well as housekeeping who made sure we had plenty of towels, soap etc. When we return to Laredo we will only book this hotel! Thanks and our love to the entire staff.

Less than a year old, this hotel is very nice and very clean - as it should be being that new. The breakfast served was very good - very good. The chef was exceptionally nice - visited with him when he was replenishing the buffet. However, the front desk personnel could learn something from him about the treatment of customers. As we checked in, the front desk clerk had an attitude - oh, just another customer! Quoted us one price and charged us another. When checking out the next morning, the front desk clerk was argumentative about the price (about a 10 dollar difference) and just plain rude. Probably will not stay there again. Too many nice hotels in Laredo to be subjected to rudeness.

The Holiday season upon us and I highly recommend that you consider this newest hotel near the mall and all that maters to zip code 78040 as noted Diana's leadership is evident as I travel 30 % of the month and each time in Laredo ,without a doubt here's where I spend my money. Clean,Friendly and NEW!

I stayed with my family last weekend, and i really enjoyed this hotel. Very good location, hotel and room very clean and excellent attitude service from Diana and Sylvia. My little girls did spend hours on the pool ( pool is heated and sometimes too much hot, the hotel must find a way to regulate the temperature) and breakfast buffet was really good. We were accommodated on 4st floor and without noises we sleep very well. The only reason i'm not giving 5 points is because the pool, very hot without a way to regulate the temperature. This is a condition dangerous for toddlers.

When my wife and I come here, we are treated very well. The room is comfy. The staff is outstanding. Sylvia at the front desk always treats us like we are her best friend. The Breakfast prepared by Veronica is very delicious and she always makes sure we are treated very well. I highly recommend this hotel to any traveler.

This new Best WEstern in Laredo is beautiful. The common areas and the room was lovely and comfortable. I recently stayed in a 5 star hotel in WAshington DC. My bed in Laredo was as good or maybe even better than the 5 star bed. The room was immaculate, decorated well, large and comfortable. The breakfast items were plentiful, hot and delicious. Every staff member I interacted with was pleasant, professional and helpful. And even more amazing was the reasonable rate! Good job!

This is one of the nicest hotels that I have stayed at. Wonderful people and comfortable bed. Equal, if not better than Hyatt. The breakfast is actually better than most. Have stayed here more than once. This is my first choice when visiting Laredo.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is set back far enough from the highway to make it a quite location. BW was a good value. Attentive staff. Look closely for the BW sign at the entrance; if you miss it there is only one entrance. Nice pool area.

I have trouble for over a year now for business. Of all the places I have ever gone to this is the one with the most courteous and accommodating staff actually paying attention and attending to your needs. The rooms are well maintained and the parking lot is actually kept clean. And it didn't matter how busy the hotel was, the staff always spoke to you and the manager always made sure you were taken care of.

The worst wait stuff unfriendly unhelpful no hot water in room no bath towels no wash rags and not pet friendly.they want me to use at least 200 characters how stupid is that short and to yhe point is best

This hotel is really close to the mall, so if the purpose is to rest in a shopping trip, this is nice option, service is nice as well as the breakfast. Also there's enough room in the parking lot. Clean and inexpensive with warm pool for kids.

I wanted to share insights to all considering the newest BW hotel in Laredo as it was Awesome! Front Desk I was provided professional and friendly service by Jaime and Sylvia( I like mentioning names as they deserve it).The Manager Diana w, who was present at first visit in the Spring was professional and an excellent host at the Manager Reception offered this past week on Wednesday and top it off was the tasty and fresh gravy and Biscuits offered at breakfast. I travel the state and would encourage any and all considering Laredo to visit this Inn and enjoy as I have! SC

The place was wonderful, indoor pool Jacuzzi, fitness center, breakfast area was reasonable size, lobby was nice. Great location, showed up late and to our surprise with a great feeling, of a security guard. Thank you BW Plus.

This hotel is new and beautiful! Their customer service is excellent. The variety of food included in the free breakfast was very good, although I would like to see them add some gravy - Texans needs biscuits and gravy! I would like to have their interior designer redo my house. I have stayed there twice, and have reservations to stay there tomorrow night.

Nice hotel, good customer service, nice common areas, lobby, swimming pool and gym. Breakfast was also good. Room may need some improvement, thermostat was not working, internet reception was fading, carpet felt like it had just been washed, humid. Have been staying in this hotel multiple occasions for business. This last trip experience was not as good as previous.

Very nice place to stay, friendly staff and very clean. Only thing missing is a restaurant. Had to walk a few blocks for dinner. We were on the fourth floor and the room stayed cool even with 100+ temperature outside.

We always love staying at Best Western properties. Desk clerks are friendly and knowledgeable. The room has the feel of a luxury suite but the nightly price is economical complete with mini-frig, microwave and coffeemaker. Room is very comfortable and relaxing. And the breakfast! What can I say! You can have a cold or hot breakfast. All depends on your liking. You have choices of make your own waffles, bagels, sweet rolls, cereals, yogurt, oatmeal, hot biscuits, sausage patties, gravy, scrambled eggs, juices, coffee and lots of condiments. The Check-out process was just a easy and fast as was the Check-in.

I always look at trip advisor when booking hotels. This was a great choice. Can't be the price, it's a New hotel, nice staff, no problems booking or checking out. It's rank number three in Laredo and if it was in a better location, what I mean next to a mall or restaurants then it would be number one. Easy to find, easy access. I would stay here again, can't go wrong.
