Best Western Plus Kindersley Hotel

While driving to Alberta, our family ended up getting storm-stayed in Kindersley. We phoned and spoke with Lori who was able to accommodate our need for two rooms. Upon arrival, Lori checked us in within a couple of minutes. She was very knowledgeable and helpful! The rooms were clean and spacious. The included breakfast the next morning was great and there was a variety of different food to choose from. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

This is a budget hotel that charges like a quality hotel. The rooms are average, the staff isn't helpful or knowledgeable on the industry. The breakfast is good, but please don't waste your money trying to rent the conference room or any additional space, crazy price for poor amenities. Very limited options in Kindersley, so would probably have to stay here again, but for the cost - it's a bad hotel.

Welcoming reception, very clean rooms, comfy bed & good hot breakfast. Would strongly recommend this hotel, although a little pricier than the others. This BW is worth the extra cost. Appreciated the 20 percent off coupon for Montanas next door.

Love this hotel! Large room, new & modern, super quiet, very comfy mattress & pillows. Room & bathroom were very clean. Stayed only one night so did not use the full kitchen, but it is a great feature. Complimentary breakfast was very good. All staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. We travel through Kindersley only about once a year, but will definitely choose the Best Western again. Highly recommend!

Great hotel and awesome staff, they even went out of their way to provide a bbq pit for my colleagues and myself. I'd highly recommend this hotel. They have a great location close to all the necessary amenities, and friendly locals in the area.

We stayed last Sunday -April 2/23 and we had a great time. It was a late check-in and the front desk was very accommodating and provided us with a fast smooth transaction. The hot breakfast is a plus and the choices were pretty great especially if you have kiddos who are picky eaters. The room is very clean and fairly spacious. We will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times this winter and it's a great place to stay! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, wonderful service, lots of options at breakfast, conveniently located next to a spot to walk to for supper. Would stay here again for sure.

The breakfast was normal. Good variety and kept clean. Checking in/out was quick and staff was pleasant. We had trouble with our heater as it was blowing cold air. The toilet had issues flushing, but overall was fine.

Way to pricy for the quality you get. It's the most $ you'll spend in kindersley for a hotel that's worse than a beat down motel. Rooms dirty, sheets stained, wall paper falling off walls, water stains on ceilings, holes in bathroom walls, toilets have been re-painted white due to chips in them, staff invites friends/family for breakfast so there's non left for guests. Horrible experience. Throw an addition charge on bill for asking if there was a room ready beige intial check in..even though BW site asks for pre-check in. You should spend less and stay somewhere else.

After a long day of work and being on the road. I was helped get my room very swiftly with no issues. The wifi connected seemlessly and the shower was nice and hot when I needed it to be. I know it's a bit biased as I travel a lot for work, but this was hands down one of my favourite places to sleep. The bed I had was the right amount of firmness that I had to ask where they got them from. I'm not a difficult person to please. That being said there is definitely care put into the work here.

I always go out of the way to stay at best western and this location has failed me. The WIFI is so slow I could not join any teams meetings, the room was very dirty, sheets smelled like sweat, dead bugs everywhere, garbage left in my room, and the remote was very sticky.

Staff were polite and welcoming Rooms were clean,beds cozy Will come back with grandkids just for the pool. Very impressed that they are pet friendly. Great selection for breakfast. Gillette was friendly.

Great breakfast, clean rooms and friendly staff. They must have upgraded their internet because the wifi was actually working and would not take 15 mins to stream and 5 minute video. Working nights and the cleaning staff would not start cleaning our floor till 3 pm which was nice.

We stay at this hotel a lot, and we stay at many best western PLUS hotels in many different cities. I'm just wondering in the instance of this location, what is the PLUS?! Check in is always disorganized and seems to be a struggle, The rooms are very rarely cleaned, and that's fine, but put enough towels in the room for the duration of time that the room will go without service, and at least send someone around to collect the garbage bags that accumulate in the hallways from people putting their trash outside because it's building up in the room. For a hotel that is filled with very many oilfield workers and early risers I feel like the breakfast room should be at least somewhat equipped for these people to have a coffee, juice, and maybe even something to eat around 5 am. Who stays in a hotel in a town that revolves around the oil and gas industry and works bankers hours?!? The wifi is extremely weak, especially if you are on the 4th floor or or anywhere towards the ends of the building. This is extremely painful when I'm trying to do work on the computer and I can't stay connected or have a solid connection to get anything done. The laundry machines are about the most expensive wash and dry I have ever encountered at a hotel per machine. And on top of that, if you have forgotten laundry soap, they charge you 1$ for a single tide pod. What a lucrative business re-sale of tide pods must be. The air conditioner always seems to work, so I guess that's a plus.

I stayed a week looking for a house for my daughter. Lovely hotel, with very friendly staff. We took advantage of an indoor water park each night with my 5 year old grandson that was just a short walk away. We were able to make a small sandwich kit and fill his juice and that made house hunting easier on a 5 year old boy. The best word is that everyone was very friendly.

My room was not vacuumed as there were chips and mud clumps scattered throught the carpet. There was dirty mud water all over the tiled area. The toilet was not cleaned prior to my arrival and covered in mud water and other people's bodily fluids. The fridge was covered in left over food particles and liquids. Tiles were broken and left floating on the floor. Wall paper was separating from the wall in multiple spots. If you want a good stay for a good price? Do not stay here!

Very modern, clean and comfy hotel! Hotel pool area was spacious. Breakfast room was roomy and selections plentiful. Staff was easy to identify if needed. Rooms were equipped with bathroom fans, easy to use temperature controls, comfy beds and easy to open windows.

Been to many Best Western Hotel and I can say that this is one of the best I've ever checked in. People are very nice, you will be greeted with a smile and the welcome cookies are very tempting ;-) I soaked myself in the hot tub after visiting the gym. Breakfast is excellent...coffee is always fresh and the room is clean. Thumbs up to the excellent customer service from the manager down to the housekeeping staff. Loved my 3 day stay, will be happy to come back again in the future.

The rooms are very clean and very spacious. The beds are comfortable and clean. All staff members are very kind and helpful. Some days they have fresh baked cookies in the lobby! Great stay. Best Western Plus is always my first choice to stay at as I travel for work frequently.

I frequently travel for work and have stayed at the worst of the worst to the best of the best, and this was one of the great experiences despite some issues. I believe the hotel has recently been renovated, so perhaps some of the negative reviews were before that. The first room I checked into had a heat issue, they immediately switched me rooms with no hesitation, the host at the front desk with shorter hair (can't remember the name, apologies), is so polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, the kitchen is stocked and very handy with the appliances, and the bed/pillows were incredibly comfortable. The only issues I had were with the water pressure in the shower (very low) and the doors slamming constantly (no way to softly close). The location is a bit outside of the "town" but right off the highway, so still walkable to many locations like Walmart and restaurants. Very handy with the Montana's right next door. This will be our standard hotel when working in the area for sure.

As soon as we entered the room we noticed a strong odor like feces. When we checked the toilet there was urine unflushed and splashed all over. We told front desk and they assigned us a new roon which was smaller and the shower did not have enough water pressure to make it work. We had to wash ourselves by pouring water from a cup. The next morning when we had our breakfast we noticed there were no fruits.

The service was excellent! They remembered me from my last stay and signed me up for there point program. The room they initially gave me wasn't completely cleaned, so they gave me a different one ASAP! They gave me a bunch of information to help me during my stay. The restaurant besides them was closed for the weekend, and they let me know about another within walking distance.

Located just off the main highway this hotel is our location of choice when away from home if available. Excellent value and staff made our latest stay great! Breakfast is real value - especially with a family.

Nice and clean hotel. The breakfast is hot and staffs are courteous. They have a nice pool and huge parking space. Very close to Montana's, 7 Eleven, Grocery Stores and even Dollarama. Recommended place to stay when in Kindersley

We had a great stay. The hotel was clean, service was great, and breakfast was good. Having stayed here in the summer, we were pleased to see some adjustments to the breakfast that made us feel a bit safer about the experience. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, although the hot tub could have been a bit warmer.

Great hotel. Very friendly staff and house keeping. When staying on days the room was cleaned everyday. When on nights shift the room was only cleaned every couple of days. Always had clean towels just had to put garbage in the hallways. Pillow could be a little better little too soft. Wifi is a little slow but manageable.

Spacious rooms, especially when I share with a roommate for work. Very clean and tidy. Walking distance to Montana's restaurant. Hotel is quiet from the noise of the highway that goes through the middle of town.

Friendly and accommodating staff made for an enjoyable stay. Comfortable beds, kitchenettes which would be great for longer stays. Hot breakfast, speedy check in and out. Close to all services in town. Definitely recommend!

We love spending time at the hotel for staycations and do it like 2-3x a month. This is the best place to have your family enjoy those time locally. The front desk is very helpful and cheerful her name is Angela, other staff are also friendly. We recommend this place to our friends and family.

Great place for family, very accessible and offers free parking with spacious area, near our favourite restaurant. The vicinity is in pristine condition and cleaning & sanitation is very evident. We recommend this hotel to be the top in mind when it comes to accommodation needs.

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms. Doing a great job with signage etc and safely serving breakfast. Quick check in and out. Will definitely stay here again when passing through. Restaurants within walking distance.

Best Staff around! Very modern and clean! Only thing is the internet is complete ass. So if you need internet probably not the place for you. Such a nice hotel but basically no internet. Only reason I continue coming back is because of the staff honestly. They are fantastic.

We were a group of 15 staying at the Best Western while attending a hockey tournament. Great location - Montana's next door, subway and tim hortons within minutes and arena is less than 5 mins away too! Rooms are spacious and breakfast was great! Pillows in the room are a little hard and pull out bed is lacking blankets.

If you like to pay more for less, this is your place. If you don't enjoy a peaceful sleep, this is your place. If you like substandard customer service, this is your place. This hotel is far from the prestigious place they were when they first opened. Accommodations are awful, front desk staff has no interest in customer satisfaction. I've stayed in many hotels, in small towns and large cities, this is by far the worst I've ever experienced. Twice in a row I've received what the staff refers to as the "last resort rooms". I understand luck of the draw the first time, but to do it to me twice is unacceptable. I complained, the front desk knew I was going to have an awful stay, fully admitted it, but would not let me cancel and go elsewhere. That's fine, this will be the last time a Best Western property gets a dime out of me. Hope that $150 was worth it. Of course they don't care, they still make billions from other unsatisfied customers, they just won't be making it from me any more. I recommend you stay anywhere else in town, my colleagues are staying at the Canalta and I'm sincerely jealous. Lesson learned, just a shame I gave them another try after the first awful experience.

My wife and I stayed in Kindersley on a trip home from British Columbia. Upon arriving found the hotel, mostly the carpeting to be dirty. High concentration of oil field workers staying at this hotel. The room was adequate but there were problems with the toilet and the shower was not very clean. Breakfast in the morning was alright but just alright. We were never offered quick check out and had to wait a considerable time at the front to check out. Only one employee on the front seat handling two phone calls and checkout. I paid $164 and change for room and expected more from a best western plus. Very disappointed to say the least.

This is a clean and modern hotel. The beds are QUITE firm, which we didn't love. There was a mixup with our reservation and somehow we ended up in a different room than we had reserved (2 queens instead of a king with sofa bed). But overall, this is a good place to stay. It's pricey though.

Nice clean modern hotel, right beside Montana's! In a great location close to the main hiway, great breakfast, friendly staff, lots of parking, nice and quiet, located on the edge of town, away from the noisy road.

Super clean from lobby, breakfast room to my room beautiful. I appreciate a clean hotel, this one is a stand out compliments to the staff. I have stayed on 4 different occasions all were great. Breakfast was enjoyable as well.

I appreciated this clean hotel and great service. I was properly greeted and provided a quick run down of the amenities and times. A Montana's is right next door and the hotel is just back off the main street enough to keep the traffic noise away. I'll be back.

We ran out of time while exploring Saskatchewan! The Desk was friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable, The fridge and microwave were life savers because we were beat and just wanted to eat and sleep! The bed and breakfast was very good! We ended up coming back the next night! It was good for us and we would stay again!

Stayed a night in Kindersley and chose the Best Western Plus for my accommodations. As per pervious stays, this is the go to place in the community. From a great welcome experience to a great room and amenities, this hotel provides it all. I will certainly return next time my travels take me there.

We stayed at this hotel to break up a long drive to visit family. We were pleasantly surprised and relieved at how wonderful this hotel is! Rooms are spacious and include a 2-burner stove, full size microwave, and bar-size fridge... along with all the dishes, utensils, and cookware you may need. Great pool and hot tub, and a real gym! The staff were very pleasant. We don't typically stop over when we do this trip, however we will now that this hotel is here.

My daughter and I were in a car accident, in which our car was totaled. We needed to stay overnight in a town close to the accident and the Best Western in Kindersley was fantastic. They were very kind and the room was very comfortable. It was a stressful time and the services and accommodations helped us feel safe and reassured.

Hotel was clean and the beds were comfy. The staff was friendly and service was prompt. The only downside was the price, it is expensive for what you get. I would return but the cost would be an issue.

Hotel way overpriced for the services rendered...most expensive Best Western on the Prairies...no checkout service offered...TV not working during entire stay...definetley no upgrade here....hotel bill very confusing to figure out

Clean and very nice.some Reno's on the gym but they made a room available. Front desk staff are very down to earth.pool an hot tub where very clean .the breakfast was great.the cleaning staff know their job very well.very comfy.

everything about my stay here was great! the staff were freindly and helpful, the beds were very comfortable, the pool and hottub, the fitness centre all were very nice, clean and user freindly. overall it was one of the best hotel stays I have had in a while.

Stayed for a dance competition and found all of the little extras they provided really made the stay wonderful, such as brown washcloths for the dancer's, tons of makeup removal wipes, travel sewing kits, etc in the bathroom. The continental breakfast was unlike anything I'd seen - they didn't just have waffles, they had tons of topping choices too! They didn't just serve sausage, eggs, hashbrowns and omlettes, they had salsa, shredded cheese, hot sauce and more! My daughter especially loved the betta fish at the check-in counter and the fresh lemonade served in the lobby. I especially appreciated the remote control in it's own packaging in the room, indicating "freshly cleaned". The service was great, in fact they went on a search of the hotel for a trolley for us to use with our luggage, without us even asking!

One of the highest priced hotels in the area. Still perplexed that this hotel costs as much as it does a night in Kindersley ab. Every time we come it's busy and loud. And the one specific front desk lady is always rude, bossy and unprofessional. Positive note: rooms are clean and breakfast is decent

We stopped here on our way to Banff. This hotel was amazing. The staff was awesome. Even had a huge selection of breakfast items for my daughter who is celiac, including a dedicated gluten free toaster! Rooms were big and beds were comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Heat, water and elevator not working at check in. Breakfast area very cold TV not working and room quite smelly, pool closed not sure why, maybe water issue on main floor, staff was trying but very uncomfortable for $140/night

Hands down, this is the best hotel in all of Kindersley. Friendly and courteous staff, good breakfast layout, big pool, enjoyed the hot tub, nice laundry services, very comfortable beds, clean and tidy room, nice décor, excellent water pressure in shower and the wifi was very good in my room.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights at Christmas, check in was amazing ( Janine ) we had some issues with first room we checked into , she quickly moved us and resolved the issue to make sure our family had a good stay and followed up over the course of the stay. Breakfast was a great touch . Fully stocked and serviced even during Christmas and with few guests

Currently staying here for work. Been here for 2.5 months so far. Housekeeping has been an absolute joke. My showers not been cleaned once, nobody's dusted once, I've had to go grab the vacuum and vacuum my own room at least 6 times after coming home from work. I've asked front desk over and over again for the housekeeping staff to do a more thorough job but they just don't care. Housekeeping is extremely noisy and works 12 hours every day yet nothing seems to get done. I don't think they own a mop. My bathroom floor has not been cleaned once nor has my bathroom counter. They've left skid marks in my toilet. My trash bins get skipped. They've taken up to 2 weeks to change bedding. They pretend it's a nice hotel but there's no upkeep on the rooms yet somehow the racket in the hallways caused by the housekeeping staff is CONSTANT. They holler at each other from each end of the hallway, no regard that someone is trying to have a bit of peace inside each room. There should be no yelling, shouting, extremely loud laughter bellowing thru hallways at any time of the day. All I ever see is them taking smoke breaks, yet my room is never clean, and when I ask, they tell me they couldn't get to it in time because they're “too busy”. Either they're horribly understaffed or they're just a very unsupervised inexperienced group of lazy people. I have never been so unimpressed with a hotel and I've lived in plenty hotels for work. Nice enough hotel, worst staff I've ever experienced, and I've lived in northern Alberta camps. Even the camps are better than this nonsense. And that's saying A LOT.

First time visit to this area. I was impressed with the cleanliness and professional service from the staff. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone travelling in the area. There is a Montana's right next door to the property! This was nice did not have to drive tonfindna decent meal.

We have stayed here many times and always enjoy the service, Breakfast and great facility as always. We will be back. Best Western we always enjoy!! Its always our first choice where the locations permit.

Horrible customer care. Booked 4 rooms for funeral. When first person checked in requested 4 rooms together. Told by manager "No problem" ended up with rooms on different floors. Went to see if we could be moved, told they are fully booked and can't be moved by same manager. No apology or anything else. Could have simply held the 4 adjacent when first room checked in. Just incompetence

Visited Kindersley on business in August and having never stayed at this hotel before, was very pleased with my selection. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were top notch. For business purposes, the work space was ideal and the wifi connectivity was fine. I will certainly return next time my travels take me there.

nice room, TV channels were good, kitchenette was fully stocked for indoor eating, 2 burner stove, fridge,microwave, pool and hot tub very clean, staff friendly, close to highway and other food patrons

We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. It was very nice and clean. Beds were super comfy. Breakfast was awesome. So much selection. Nice hot tub although very hot good sized pool that was not too cold. Business centre for work. Would stay again.

we stayed here for 1 day and service is not really that satisfying.. we keep on calling reception for attention to change bed sheet as there as stains on it. but they keep us waited....breakfast is just ok..

New facility so everything was in excellent condition. Good breakfast with good selection. All hotels in Canada are more expensive in general than in US. This hotel was on the high end of cost for same accommodations in US, but was very nice hotel.

This is a great place to stay in Kindersley. The hotel is fairly new. The staff are very friendly and willing to help. The rooms are clean and very quite. It is the only place i try to stay while in the area.

The best included breakfast by far. I stayed at the Canalta , Suburban and the KI before trying the BWP, due to the rate online appearing so high.I was tired of the other three, gave it a shot and the rate for a kitchenette room was the best so far. The room was spacious and had most everything needed for an extended stay .

Very nice, modern, mid-budget hotel!!! Theres not a lot of options for decent hotels in kindersley, and this is one of my favourites. The pet friendly option is very nice, although I've never used it.

I was working in the southern part of Saskatchewan and was driving through Kindersley just as as huge winter storm was at full power.... just a short drive through town, and I found a very familiar sign that I knew would be just the kinda place to shelter from the winter storm. It's not right in the Main Street, but it was not hard to find. Very new, and modern, lots of parking, and friendly staff that had me taken care of immediately... the room was very nice, very spacious and clean. The bed was awesome, had a great sleep... the only problem was my room was just a short distance from the breakfast area, at 6 am I could hear everything going on, chairs moving on tile floors, kids screaming, loud people talking.... I guess other people sleeping was not there concern. Other than that excellent place to stay when your in the area... just don't get a room on the main floor close to the breakfast area. I will be staying here next time I am in the area.

Requested an accessible room as I was in rehab for a knee replacement ... put me on main floor just few doors down from the breakfast are which was an expected in a BW .... good choices with the egg option changing daily .... coffee station is left open thru the evening .... as a few teams were at the hotel , they took upon themselves to find out who was playing at what time and then allocated "team times" for BF so not everyone would show up at the same time .... newer hotel , just off the hiway. Front end staff friendly and accommodating .... good beds etc ... would stay here again .

Hotel is lacking of Christmas Spirit. We are very disappointed on the our stayed during our Christmas vacation. Housekeeping staffs seems incompetent. We stayed there for 3 days and we expect fresh bed everyday and cleanliness on the room but not changed even once. And one day housekeeping put our towels on the floor. I cannot recommend this hotel to my relatives and friends.

The pool area was so warm and the pool itself was warm. The breakfast had many tasty options like yogurt, granola, almond milk, omelettes, eggs and bacon and waffles. The room and bed was so comfortable.

The hotel and all the staff are excellent weather staying for personal or business. The breakfast was hot and cold and lots of choice. The hotel was very clean and quiet, and the staff were their to help with anything.

Staff was very helpful & professional. We were staying at BW Kindersley during a hockey tournament. They were very accomodating of our team's needs. They made sure that all of our requests were met (team meals in common areas, parent use of meeting room, etc.) They made sure that breakfast was ready to handle a large volume of people all on the same schedule. Room cleaning was excellent, facility was always clean. Fitness center was clean and tidy.

This Best Western was the most accommodating for teams. We didn't have any issues with check-in or check-out. The breakfast was great and so was the staff. We have stayed here a few times with hockey and baseball teams and always great!

The Cleaning Staff kept turning off the Heat in the room every day. Not cool for when it's -20 outside. On a side note, New Hotel , Nice Rooms and Friendly front desk staff. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

As the hired bus driver for the team the room was great, I got the rest I needed. Bed was great and room was detailed perfect.Location not the best but the town is growing around it. Parking lot could use more care due to ice but other wise good to go.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days and was upset that toilettries was not changed even several reminders given to housekeeping and reception. Internet was slow in the room and we requested to change room but not granted. Will not recommend and stay in this hotel again..

Completely accommodated our team's needs during a tournament weekend! Excellent breakfast and overall facilities. The rooms were clean and spacious. We would definitely consider staying at this hotel in the future. Staff service was outstanding.

The hotel seems very busy and what upsets me is the way they clean the room, we went out expecting our room is freshly made when we get back but no. They need housekeeper who cleans, changing our towels is not enough. Front desk is not attentive enough she looks new and need more training. But we love their breakfast the lady was very polite.

The front desk staff at this hotel were amazing! Loved the front lobby as it felt like a living room in your home. Fireplace, computers, t.v. and comfortable couches and chairs for a group to socialize at. Great rooms and a delicious breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel!

Our second visit to this hotel this year for a hockey tournament. The level of service excelled, last time was excellent, this time even better. Well done and thank you so much for making our stay a great one, so much so we stayed an extra night to enjoy the comfort of our delightful room.

Once we entered the room and saw the high ceiling, huge thick mattressed bed, large screen tv and jucuzzi tub right in the very clean, modern room, we knew our weary bodies would be happy and rested here! My only concern was the unfriendly-environmental use of plastic plates, cups and cutlery at breakfast. Another BW offered real plates and utensils as an option. As well, we paid more for this smaller room than another bigger whirlpool room at another BW.

This is a new hotel in Kindersley (along with a number of other new hotels). This hotel is situated off the main roadway by a couple of blocks which is really good as the highway through Kindersley is very busy and noisy. This hotel was very quite. Being a new Best Western this hotel is very clean and well kept. The rooms are spacious and clean - well laid out and has good lighting. I was disappointed with the breakfast menu as there was no bread for toast and the offering was very sparse. Definitely not up to the Best Western standard of the other Best Westerns that I stay in.

our stay was wonderful,front desk amazing service,breakfast was awesome,pool excellent,king room with jaccuzzi was what the doctor ordered,quiet over all two thumbs up. would recommend this hotel to everyone passing in the area

Could have been some fruit on the breakfast bar and the TV wasn't HD but great staff and clean comfortable room, will stay here again. Internet was great and that is important for what I do. I would recommend this property.

I love staying at bw it is a quality hotel and staff is excellent. The pool and hot tub are clean and the exercise room is fantastic. I really hope the company I work for keeps myself and my crew staying here because the quality of the hotel reflects the quality of our lifestyle away from home. It is a healthy environment but if ther is one thing wrong with the hotel it is the instant scrambled eggs!!! I am so sick of instant scrambled eggs lol but this is not the only hotel that serves them but we are in kindersley and there is 100s of farms around to get fresh eggs from!!! Hope this is helpful

I work in the oils industry so I've been staying it hotels for 13 years now and this one is by far the best one yet. A big thank you to the front desk personal for a bang up job especially Edoardo!!! You make me feel like I'm at home buddy!!! You go above and beyond to cater to our needs!!!

My stay at the best Western was made better by Eduardo anytime you need anything the guy can help you that's the main thing about staying anywhere is if someone has your best interest in mind thanks again for the great day

The hotel, though not listed on our GPS was a little difficult to find. Once found we had a pleasant stay. The check in receptionist was professional and friendly. She was very helpful. The room was comfortable with both a comfortable bed & pillows. The amenities of the bathroom were OK but the sink plunger would not stay down & you do not have the standard lever on top of the bathtub tap to pull for the shower. The breakfast area was neat & clean with a good selection. The check out reception people were also professional & friendly.

built in 2016 at the end of the last oil boom. for a new hotel the rooms are dated looking and darkly decorated. i found the mood of the rooms depressing. my room had a small kitchen area and 2 queen beds. the bed was comfortable which is definitely a huge priority. rooms were as expected. would stay there again for business but its not my #1 choice in the area.

the manager of the BEST WESTERN IN KINDERSLY SK. hotel went beyond to help me get a room. His hotel was full but he said " I will see what happens with check outs and if a room comes up I will have it cleaned first and give you a call on your cell" How amazing is that and he did he called me a few hours later and a room was ready and cleaned for us. The service , breakfast everything was awesome thank you

Very comfortable nicely kept facility. Extremely courteous staff. I would highly recommend this for people traveling through or making an extended stay like we did. (4 days.) We appreciated the kitchenette since we spent quite a bit of time in the room. The breakfast room was large and comfortable.

A fine hotel, as most Best Western's are, but far too overpriced for what and where it is. They wanted to charge me $175 for one night! When I explained to them that every other Best Western is priced somewhere between $98 - $125, including hotels in Edmonton and Calgary, they shrugged their shoulders and told me, '...this is oil county'.....OIL COUNTRY?!? Has anyone informed them of the energy crisis Western Canada is currently going through?!? I guess Kindersley Sask is the exception?!? Next time I'm through Kindersley, I'll keep driving.

We traveled from Edmonton to Regina and needed (pre-booked) our hotel (always BW) in Kindersley. This is a fairly new hotel and we didn't know what to expect. We arrived late because of our daily travels and stops. When we checked in, on a Saturday night we were warmly greeted and acknowledged about our Platinum status. We were to get an upgraded room but they had none due to being full and a wedding taking place. The room was tight but ok, toilet ran every 15-20 minutes, tv was not good quality and the breakfast was ok. Upon checkout they asked about our room, which I replied I was disappointed we didn't get our upgrade. They apologized and on we went. About a half hour into our drive the Hotel Manager called and apologized for not having our room and gave us some extra bonus points for our ongoing satisfaction. Very appreciative of this gesture and quick follow up.

The Manager Keith, and all his staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable! We had a problem with our fridge it was taken care of within 15 minutes! We will certainly be using this Hotel again it was highly recommended by our family who live in Kindersley as beinging one of the best in town!

Clean, comfortable and friendly place to stay. Also pet friendly which is great. Location is nice - back off from the highway. The suites had all the amenities one would need for a long term stay. Recommend to anyone staying overnight in Kindersley.

This was a quick overnight stay as we were going from Calgary to Saskatoon. What a pleasant surprise. We had a problem with our initial room, but it was resolved quickly. All the staff were friendly and courteous. The breakfast was excellent. The best part of the stay, was the sheets on the bed, they were luxurious, soft and silky. The only downside was it was a little pricey in my opinion, but so were the comparable hotels in Kindersley.

friendly helpful staff go out of there way to ensure you are satisfied with your stay as well as great you every morning and evening, good amenities(pool, hot tub, gym,breakfast) comfortable clean rooms! kitchenettes!

Always clean rooms, Would recommend staying here. 1 of the better hotels to choose from and fairly priced. Very quiet rooms and away from traffic. Beds are super comfy. Staff is friendly and very accomodating, always have a smile on their face and willing to help out.

The hotel was very nice and great rooms. The only problem we had was the second morning(Sunday) . They ran out of food and it wasn't replenished so breakfast was very small , they didn't even refill the milk container as they were short staffed and management didn't know what to do

She played a fiddle in an Irish band but she fell in love with an English man. The service was very good there I enjoyed the hot tub and pool was very disappointed there was no green tea though. Kitchenette s were awesome.

Only having been open a year this facility gets full marks in every category. Friendly, helpful staff, scrupulously clean, lovely rooms, totally equipped, new style coffee maker, great shower etc. Can only hope others in this chain are as good!

we've stayed at 3 different hotels in Kindersley before. This was was the best price / good value compared to all the others. We would definitely stay there again. There was a full kitchen with full sized fridge in the room which was an added bonus

Staff were friendly and efficient throughout our visit. We loved the decor in general, and especially the pool area. Although the water in the pool was a bit cold, the hot tub was fine, and enjoyed the soak. Our room was large and spacious, but the toilet ran. We turned it off for the night, and on check out the next day we mentioned it. But apparently the front desk agent already knew about it, so we were a bit perplexed why they assigned it to us when clearly the hotel was not full.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff very pleasant. We were extremely happy that this hotel was pet friendly. We will definitely stay here again. Continental breakfast was great. Eating area was very very clean.

I am a regular at this Kindersley BW Plus. This time I had 2 colleagues staying as well. We had an early start the next morning needing to leave at 5:30am. Luckily for us breakfast started at 5am. I was going out to eat, but my colleagues wanted to order in. Michelle was nice enough to give them various delivery menus. Always a good night here.

Very clean and quiet hotel staff was very nice and friendly. Exceptional service from the lady in the breakfast area! The pool area was was fun for the little one and everyone was always smiling:). Would defiantly recommend!

If you need an excecptional place to stay this is it. From the time you step into the lobby at check-in to check out. This is our second stay and it only gets better. Pros: - well kept...clean...quiet - lot of crews but the hotel keeps everything quiet and clean. - bright clean .. Fresh looking - Good service - comfortable beds Cons - need more gluten free options at breakfast other than cereal and also in the store pantry for snacks. Many people need this option for gluten free now.

I can not stress how much we enjoyed our time here. First morning we had a amazing woman in the breakfast room..help us with our granddaughter..she did everything from getting a high chair..drinks for our family..to getting a new plate of food for my husband when chocolate milk got spilt. The staff is very friendly extremely helpful! The rooms are very clean..beds are comfortable. All the comfort of home . I would recommend this hotel for everyone!

The hotel was well maintained, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The fitness room was comparable to most hotels in its class. The pool area looked nice. But I didn't have a chance to check it out. Over all it was a pretty decent hotel for its price.

Truly a Home away from home. The staff are the "Best" we've ever dealt with. The room was awesome.. spacious, nice décor, comfortable and spotless. Pool area was fresh and spotless, had very nice comfortable sitting areas to enjoy. The breakfast was superb ! all home made hot and fresh... better than purchased meals at restaurants. Mackenzies muffins are oh soo "yummy" I can't say enough good things about this hotel ! I Highly recommend staying here and being truly impressed by the staff , rooms and the included breakfast . We look forward to returning.

We stayed at the Best Western in Kindersley. It was fantastic. We would stay there again. The room was large. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms are very modern. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is new.

The Kindersley Best Western is a great hotel. Its new, comfortable and has a great staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone tstopping over in Kindersley. This is a new hotel which is in the central part of Kindersley.

The best western in kindersly was a very nice clean hotel with friendly staff , good breakfast and good location. this Best western is close to all amenities good restaurants close by. The staff are always smiling and willing to help with any of your needs, they have a small store in the lobby which is nicer than machines and better selection.

The Best Western Plus in Kindersley is a new, good quality hotel in the standard exactly as you'd expect for a Best Western Plus. The only reason I need to write a review is to inform people wanting a quiet night to NEVER accept room #129!!!! The king bed (handicapped accessible) is right beside the kitchen used to serve the breakfast. The breakfast starts at 6:00 a.m. The activity in the kitchen starts at 2:30 a.m..... Maybe in use by night employees who need to use the kitchen? For some reason, all noise from the kitchen is very loud in this room- foot steps, drawers closing, metal pans banging....it's just a really noisy room. We mentioned it to the desk manager, but really, the next morning as we're checking out, they couldn't really fix the situation. So- for those coming to the hotel- now there's a warning- room #129- the loudest hotel room ever, in a quiet hotel!!

This is the second tie staying in this hotel, Staff rooms pool and breakfast where all exactly what I hoped for. no complaints here. If I had a comment the ability to book a large family room would of been better for my family. Its was kind of cramped with basically 4 adults in the room. But that's just personal choice.

Brand new hotel in Kindersley with all the amenities. Nice staff and facilities - a nice experience in Kindersley. There were several other hotels we considered but this was of similar price but considered a much better value. Location was good with restaurants and shopping in close proximity.

Our hockey team booked here for Dec 16,17. Our reservation was handled well. We were all happy with our rooms. The staff accommodated our team for a pizza dinner in the breakfast room. They were extremely helpful. Allowed us to borrow chairs and move things around. Some places are very fussy about this!! Our check in was handled quickly and there were no issues. It is close to the rink so very convenient. Check out was a breeze. There was an error on my bill and it was fixed right there and quickly. The breakfast was very nice and had a great selection. There are ALOT of crew workers staying there. That didn't effect the cleanliness. The breakfast was restocked quickly. I really am super happy about every aspect of our stay. Would come back and stay here in a heartbeat!

This hotel is very new & really nice to stay at & close to all amenities. We were here for a 90th birthday party & it was a good week-end get away to be with family & friends. The breakfast with the room is more than adequate. Large area for visiting outside your room.

This hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was okay.......and that was all, but the atmosphere more than made up for it! The scrambled eggs were actually pre-cooked with certain vegetables that I am allergic to. It would have been nice to have just plain eggs with nothing else added.

Stayed in a king suite. Fully furnished with a kitchenette. Had fully stocked kitchen in regards to dishwater and cutlery. Furniture and bedding was great. Lots of space in the room. Bathroom setup was excellent. Huge open shower.

We were visiting our children in Kindersley. Room was nice - had a kitchenette, bed was comfortable. Sitting area nice too. Pool and hot tub were awesome - enjoyed by our granddaughter too. Very clean - helpful staff. My husband not a fan of the breakfast - too much pre processed (microwaved) food. It was adequate but I wish there were real dishes not paper. Over all it was very good.

This is a great hotel and when we signed up for their reward program, we were given a good price on a suite. We were traveling with 5 people mostly adults or nearly so the suite was a nice option. I am not a fan of hotels which offer a "free" breakfast instead of a full service restaurant. We all know that nothing is really "free" and the food quality and choice are not great.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this excellent hotel. With its comfortable and spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, cozy pillows and duvets on the beds, & lots of options for continental breakfast, we would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed overnight here for my sons grad. Was super easy check in. In fact my husband was still on his way in from work and he had the cc. They let me check in!! The staff was understanding and very accommodating. The hotel is brand new and the amenities are nice!! Free continental breakfast, but a lot more food then just continental. We never had a chance to use the pool or hot tub but we peeked at it. Looks great.

Great place nice new hotel.New construction so its a great first choice. Im going back again if I stay in that area. I would not go anywhere else its just super nice with good decor. Nothing else to be said its very very nice.

This Best Western property had only been open 3 1/2 months and still smelled of fresh paint, wonderful! Luxurious and new. Comfortable beds, oversized rooms with tall ceilings. Beautiful bathroom. A lot of attention to detail. We stayed in a pet-friendly room. One problem though: The plumbing from the upstairs floor was so loud that we could hear the water from the upstairs toilet running behind the wall, right behind our bed. We travel a lot and are used to hearing plumbing noises in hotels, but this was over and above what is considered 'normal'. So loud that we had to ask the front desk to look into it. I can only hope that this issue can still be remedied.

I've stayed here twice for a few nights and I've really enjoyed my stay both times. I haven't been there when it's been busy but I really have appreciated the level of customer service and my rooms were clean and well appointed. I recommended the hotel to a colleague and he said he liked it much better than the other newer locations. It's close enough to everything available in town and it's very easy to access. I haven't used any of the amenities but the Internet was fast which is always appreciated. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking to stay in the Kindersley area.

This is a very new hotel yet had a high occupancy. Good customer service. Clean...and new. The only problem was determining the way to convert water from tub to shower. The room was quiet and the bathroom was spacious.

This is a new property, the have gone the extra mile to make everything right. The breakfast offers more than the usual continental breakfast and everything is fresh and tasty. The beds are very comfortable, excellent wi-fi and lots of tv channels. The staff go above and beyond the call of duty to make the guest happy. Definitely our choice next trip to Kindersley.

This is a new hotel in a small town. I was driving down the road and saw it from the hi way and immediately pulled in as I stay at the Best Westerns all the time. I got a great room and was well taken care of at the checkin. I would stay there again. Great bed and nice tv in the room as well as a fridge and microwave.

So nice and new! The staff were fantastic and welcoming! We had a group of 6 of us staying there because we couldn't get a room in Saskatoon for Garth Brooks... The experience at this hotel- made the late night drive worth it! Not sure when we will be back- but we will not hesitate to recommend to others for sure!!

We had a 2x Queen with sofa bed - (not really separate sitting area/room divider, but was comfy and the extra space was nice). Full-sized fridge, in-counter hotplate, and good kitchen amenities in the suite. Lovely to stay at a 9-week old hotel. Complimentary breakfast was sufficient, though won't satisfyl the hungry types. Staff were super accommodating. We had 6 families renting rooms for the weekend and they all of us up well. We will go back. My only recommendation is to add sound buffers in pool area as pool mechanics are loud.

A little out of the way but definitely worth the stop. We loved the hotel and great service we all received. If in the area again we will definitely be stayingthere again. This is a new hotel, very clean and knowledgeable staff.

Friendly staff on check-in that also recognized platinum status. Room is spotless and was made up well. None of the growing pains usually associated with a new hotel. Included breakfast could use some thicker bacon or sausages. Keep up the good work! Would stay here again.
