    « A nice Best Western »

A good property. Rooms a little older but comfortable. The breakfast was pretty standard but plentiful and the breakfast room was very nice. Ask for a room in the back of the hotel. The property faces a busy street and you could hear the traffic all night.

    « Absolutely Awesome! »

From start to finish, this is the hotel to stay in during your stay near the Denver Tech Center and access to Centennial! From the onset, the staff was great! Make sure you ask about the AAA discount. The first thing we always inspect is the bathroom. It was immaculate. The king bed was heaven. We both slept like babies. We woke up to a hearty breakfast in a well-kept dining area. The staff kept the breakfast well stocked untill the end of breakfast as we sat and enjoyed our coffee. A four-night stay proved the amenities were not a fluke. We will definitiely stay here on any further visits to Denver.

« Fit the Bill for an Overnight Stay »

Booked online via the Best Western website - fair price and good location South of Denver. While I-25 construction was extensive at this exit, impact on locating/parking was minor. Variety of national chain as well as local restaurants nearby. Light rail station on the West side of I-25 and Park Meadow Mall about 3 miles further South. Requested N/S, no pets and quiet - Rm 530 fit the bill. Check-in simple & efficient. (Did require a $25 charge to CC for incidentals but refunded upon check out.) All public areas looked well attended to. The room was a nice size with a King bed, sitting area with sofa and coffee table, desk, microwave and mini fridge. The bathroom was very clean w/ ample counter space and tub/shower combo. Breakfast area was busy and well stocked, Only foot traffic issue was around the toaster - a second one would be a godsend. Get your hot foods AFTER the toaster items are done. Special note: As we were leaving, the housekeeper on our floor, thanked us for staying and to have a nice day. I have NEVER had this happen before and it was very unexpected. THANK YOU!

    « Excellent Value »

Very nice hotel. Good condition. Very friendly and courteous staff. The breakfast was fine. Excellent value. Close to I-25 so some traffic noise. Good location for the south side of the Denver metro area.

    « Our Go-To Hotel in Denver »

We were apartment shopping for our daughter in October in the area. This was a great place to stay. Nice, clean rooms! The breakfast was good and breakfast area was clean and spacious. It is a bit far south from downtown Denver but the area has lots of shopping and food options without the hassles of downtown parking and traffic.

« Review of Greenwood Village CO »

Really amazing quality and value. I had wanted the Marriott Courtyard across the street but they didn't have a meeting room. The Best Western Plus was every bit as nice as the Courtyard and the people were just amazing.

    « Pretty good. »

This is a little older motel that clearly gets lots of traffic. It was clean, beds were comfy, a little ways off the busy highway so not too noisy. Tub was scuffed an scratched, not sure if I would call it a plus right away. Reasonable price though. Would stay here again.

    4
« Would stay here again »

For a business trip we stayed here. The rooms were clean, customer service was great and restaurants were near by. The only reason I did not go with 5 stars is due to getting around the Denver traffic in this area after work. The price is great. We would stay here again.

« decent hotel with good breakfast »

decent hotel, good internet, clean rooms , good breakfast with many options, beds are Ok. nice location. we are staying here for the second time. staff is friendly and helpful. only issue we saw is the bed , where it is not firm enough, it was sinking little bit .

    « Hotel okay - Breakfast sucks »

This is a fine hotel for a business or other short stay in the tech area south of downtown Denver. Staff was friendly and helpful but breakfast offerings are an embarrassment. Many lesser hotels offer better. Get with it, folks.

    « Nice hotel »

Cozy hotel. Nice size room. Quiet. Breakfast is real good. Staff is very friendly. Would definitely return to this place. Had no issues other than I had to ask for a blow dryer cuz there wasn't one in the room. But no biggie!!

    « A Nice Base Hotel »

My family stayed here (4) nights on Oct. 11-15 while on vacation. We used this hotel as a base because we were doing daytrips to Denver, Colorado Springs and Pueblo and the hotel is just south of Denver directly off of I-25. The hotel is very nice, clean, safe and well appointed. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. The air and heat worked well as did the WIFI. The beds were comfortable and we slept well each night. The breakfast buffet was your basic eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, donuts, cereal, fruit, juices, coffee etc. They have coffee and cold water with lemon available 24-7 which was very nice and the breakfast/meeting room is quite large and comfortable with a large screen TV and fireplace. They also provide salsa and chips on Thursday Night Football games. This hotel is located directly off I-25 in a very busy congested area, with lots of restaurants, big box chain stores etc. There is also a lot of construction going on at this time, so traffic patterns are a little different. All in all, we recommend this hotel if you need easy access to I-25 north to Denver or south to Colorado Springs.

« Good Tech Center location »

Pleasantly surprised with the hotel. It has a good location in the Tech Center area, a much better mattress than I expected, and a better breakfast than you would expect for the price of the room. I would stay here again.

« Hotel was dirty and unsafe »

The positives, updated hotel and friendly front desk staff, close to target and restaurants. But, housekeeping is taking shortcuts. My tub was filthy with soap stains and hair of different lengths inside and outside of it. Not cleaned in awhile. Dust and hair on top of toilet too. Pulled back my covers and more hair on the sheets. Then, I go to take a shower. Very slippery, probably from soap scum. Dangerous! Then the shower went completely cold and then steaming hot.. this is at 8pm! Very dangerous if a kid is in the shower. Needs to be fixed. I hate to complain and I figured maybe it was just a lazy housekeeper taking shortcuts. Then the shower temp issue...nope, will not stay here again.

    « Staff very helpful. »

This hotel was a great stay, staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good and always full. Room looked great except for the carpet needs to be updated. I had trouble for a while trying to connect to wifi in the laundry room. Since it's in the basement it's hard to get service as well. would be nice if there was a tv for entertainment while waiting on clothes.

« Good standard of accomodstion and convenient to light rail »

Getting into the hotel was a challenge due to current roadworks but once inside I had no worries. Very friendly front desk. Larhe clean room with microwave and fridge. Great breakfast. Only 0.5 mile walk to light rail station at Arapaho Center. Got a $9 day ticket. Took about 40 mins but avoided all the interstate traffic which seems to be a daily challenge to Denver. Would def stay again in in the area. It's about 35 mins by car to airport,

« Nice hotel, good value »

Overall I was very satisfied with the hotel. It was clean and nicely decorated. The room was spacious and very comfortable and had all the amentities I required. Great location too. They also offered other amenties that I didn't use but would have liked to if I'd had the time.

    5
    « Fantastic! »

I travel to Denver frequently on business and only stay at the Best Western Tech Center. It's convenient, always spotless, and the staff is friendly. The beds are comfortable and their internet never has trouble streaming Netflix at night.

    « Brittney! »

Brittney is the greatest, genuine customer service agent I've ever experienced. She made everyone feel welcome. I thought she was the general manager the way she acted and was so knowledgeable about the hotel-- to find out she isn't a supervisor, was a shock! Do not take her for granted, she is amazing! Love love the lobby in this hotel. Good breakfast, even better customer service. Gabie should learn from Britney, she's not very friendly. Thanks for a great stay!

« Denver Tech Center Hotel »

We stayed here the first night of our trip and also ended there for 2 nights. The staff was extremely accommodating & very pleasant. The breakfasts seemed fresh and was always attended. Parking was spacious allowing us to leave our vehicle w/trailer while we toured on our motorcycles. Loved it and would return

    « Quick Business Trip »

This property is consistent with the exceptional prices you can typically find. Easy to access in the Tech center area, quick access to the major arterial traffic ways. I was looking for something at a decent price given the limited time on site. The hotel overall was clean, room was plenty functional, staff was pleasant- and the breakfast was surprisingly solid. The price I paid was around 40% less than comparable hotels in the area, and well worth the discount.

« "Another Fantastic Stay At Best Western Plus DTC" »

Excellent hotel. Staff and management are polite and very helpful. The hotel is very well run. The GM of the Hotel makes sure your stay is first class and has trained the entire staff the same way. Fantastic Hotel.

« Clean and mostly quiet »

Room was very nice and clean. Everything was up to my expectations. The linen was changed when we asked, and I really liked the Kureg coffee maker in the room. Front desk even was nice to give me extra K-cups of my flavor. The only bad thing was we were near the stairway door. It would be nice if they got the door to shut a little quieter. The bad was the drunk that tried to throw us out of the hotel. He acted like he worked there, but was a local worker from some crew. When my wife let them know she was told that " he usually isn't that drunk " Makes you wonder. Also, the construction makes it a bit of a challenge to get in, but not much you can do about that.

    « Ideal Location »

This site was an ideal place to stay. It was easy to access.from I 25 with a friendly staff. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was generous and delicious. The cost was affordable. We stayed there for several days while visiting our grandchildren. Target and a shopping center are near by

    « Best »

Very clean hotel. The fornt desk was very riendly. Breakfast it was Ok. The room was so clear and so cozy. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. Location of the hotel it is perfect if you want to travel to Colorado Springs.

    « Comfortable and convenient »

My brothers and I visited Denver for a family wedding and needed accommodations. The Best Western advertised a room for three at a price somewhat lower than other area hotels. The price included breakfast and a pull-out sofa bed. The former was was nourishing, if not inspiring; the latter was adequate, if somewhat lumpy. We had to go down to the desk for a third towel and a blanket, but they were cheerfully provided. There were several decent restaurants within a block and a light rail station about 1/4 mile away. The facility met our needs.

    4
« Good Location, Clean, Good Value »

My wife and I stayed here for two nights while in town for a wedding in September 2016. We had no complaints: the room was clean, the breakfast good and included, the gym equipment new and functional, and the location convenient to the urban and suburban neighborhoods we needed to get to. There is even a guest laundry in the basement. The hotel is in a commercial district that, while not the prettiest neighborhood in Denver, is close to the main highways and has lots of shopping and restaurant options.

    5
« Clean, quiet and comfortable »

Stayed the night after a concert at Fiddlers Green. We were impressed with how smoothly everything went, from check in to check out. Breakfast was an added bonus we didn't realize BW offered. Uber to and from the venue was the perfect price too. We will be definitely be staying again.

    5
    « Great Stay! »

The hotel was very clean and comfortable to stay in, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Always greeted me with a smile. :-) I would absolutely recommend this hotel to others traveling to the area. The breakfast was great, better than many continental breakfasts I've experienced, even with a build your own yogurt parfait area. :-D No bananas, but other than that, it was terrific!

    5
    « Nice place »

Was on a girls trip staying here two nights. Room was nice, very clean. The breakfast each day was nice and the food area was very clean. All staff members we interacted with were very friendly. The room was very quiet.

    « Perfect Get-Away »

Came from NE to pick up a new vehicle. Chose this hotel since it was in close proximity of the dealership. It was a very nice hotel with friendly desk help. Room was fantastic. Breakfast was excellent. Enjoyed the outdoor heated pool. Will stay here again when we return to this area!

    « Denver 2016 »

Central location - close to shopping, restaurants and the highway. The hotel itself was clean, safe and offered a great breakfast. My room was very comfortable and had a nice size refrigerator and microwave.

    5
« Great place to stay! Clean & Quiet! »

We stayed here for one night as we attended a concert nearby. Hotel was great; lots of ROAD construction nearby. Near the freeway (I-25) but you don't hear any of the traffic. Room was clean, comfy bed and pillows. Didn't watch TV, but large FLAT SCREENS in rooms. Room 110 was our room and no complaints at all. This hotel offers breakfast. My only complaint was that the food was just warm and by the time you got it and sat down, it was not. There has to be better ways to keep food warm like this BUT, it also relies on the guests to close the lids when they are done serving their plates. We will stay here again, even though we live 45 minutes away. After a night of music, it was nice to just take a 10 minute drive back to the hotel and crash. I'd highly recommend this BW HOTEL.

    5
    « Great hotel/easy freeway access »

Stayed here for one night as we attended a concert. Everything was great. Breakfast, the only complaint I had is that none of the HOT food was really hot, maybe warm, but that also relies on the guests keeping the lids closed. Breakfast served from 6A-10A wihch is nice. Other hotels we've been at are only like 630-9A, so having the extra time was nice to sleep in. Room 110 was our room. Quiet for a ground floor and very clean. We will attend more concerts and stay here again. Staff friendly and great. Easy access off the highway (I-25) but you don't hear any traffic.

« Gross smelly poop room »

When we checked in we were sent to a room that had poop in the bathroom, the bed was striped of sheets and there was a pile of foul-smelling laundry in the corner. When we told the check in staff, at this time my baby and 3 year old were crying from being over tired, gave us a new room. They did not say an apologize or sorry for the inconvenience or try to compensate us in anyway. Additionally I had called ahead to ask for the pack and play, there was not one in the room. Then after having to move to the second room and asking the staff again for the pack and play with the crying baby it took them over 20 mins to get pack and play. There was no one else that was checking when I had asked or the other 2 times that we went to unload the car. Then when I went to check out and asked if I could have the on the go breakfast because there were no bananas or water at the breakfast option for my 3 year old I was told that the only option was what was served. Poor poor customer service skills.

    5
    « very nice »

very convenient to any location, right off the highway #25. Rooms were nice, clean and the beds comfortable. Congestion caused by construction, but easy to locate. Short ride to downtown and the sport complexes.

    4
    « BW DTC »

Well run hotel, clean, nice rooms, above average breakfast offered. Lots of construction in the area but almost immediate access to I-25 North and South. Lots of parking available. Nice outdoor pool. Staff attentive and friendly. Good business center.

    4
    « Great stay »

Very easy and quick check-in. Hotel is very clean, and the room and bathroom were nice/very spacious. Great location with many stores nearby. Also not too far of a drive from downtown Denver. Breakfast food was ok, but get there early because the tables fill up quickly.

    5
« Good Value, Good Location »

Rooms were clean and quiet and there are many locations to eat close by or just a very short drive. Downtown attractions are about a 20 minute drive down I25 depending on traffic. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating and the continental breakfast was average. About the only negative I would have is that the breakfast location got very crowded so get there early to avoid the rush.

    5
    « Always delightful »

Stayed here many times when visiting family member nearby: also for business. Always dependably good service, value and comfort. Highly recommended. Super breakfast and availability of beverages beyond breakfast. Super service.

« Always love this hotel! »

Very clean and comfortable rooms! Great location in the Tech Center...close to everything that interests us. All the people are fantastic...from check-in/out to housekeeping...just the best! Thanks for a wonderful stay and making us feel special for our Anniversary! We'll be back!!

    4
« Good Location and Friendly Staff »

A nice, clean, and friendly hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. We have family in Highlands Ranch area, and this is a good place for us to stay because it is centrally located-not far from Denver downtown, Cherry Creek, outdoor activities, and close to venturing to Boulder and other ares to hike and have fun.

    4
« Great location outside of Denver »

Three nights in this location was just right for getting around in any direction. The train to Coors stadium was very easy to use and the highway entrance going in any direction is right there. You can walk to get food and there are plenty of stores nearby. Breakfast had anything you could want and always plenty there. Having a fridge and Keurig machine was great. People were friendly and there is no hassle to park vehicles of all sizes.

    4
    « Very pleasant stay »

First visit to Denver. Came on business. Enjoyed the three nights I stayed here. Schedule didn't allow me to use the pool, etc., but the hotel fave me just what I needed: clean room, comfortable bed, peace and quiet. Should business bring me back I will certainly consider this hotel.

    5
« Great Best Western digs »

Very well maintained and presented motel. as a minimum of 200 characters are required, I'm just filling the requirement. Other that that, the room was great, breakfast was very good, space was limited, but they opened a conference room for over flow customers.

    3
« Fell short of expectations »

I expected a Best Western Plus to be better than it was The good: great water pressure in shower, large breakfast area and decent food The bad: left at 8am, came back at 6pm and no maid service, when I called downstairs they said they are short handed - don't sell more rooms than you can service! shower head positioned so high, I couldn't reach it, loitering in parking lot / noisy even with window closed No manager available to discuss shortfalls with when I called down

    4
    « Here for a wedding. »

Here to see first Grand Child and for a grandson's wedding. We needed a place close to family and the wedding location and with the great price they offered it was the exact place for us to stay. The place was very nice and a terrific breakfast bar, we had one problem and the staff could have been more helpful. They had a staff problem the days we where there and cleaning the rooms was not going well but they handled the problem poorly. We would go back.

    5
« nice room, nice location »

we got a good rate on our room for 4 nights. adjacent to i-25 so it's easy to get around town. there is some construction in front of the hotel, but once through it was enough to figure out the best way in and out. we also found a back way out that turned out to be easier in the long run. this hotel is pet friendly, but we only heard dogs once or twice during our stay and it wasn't in the night so it didn't bother us. the hotel is also smoke-free which is great. i read reviews that said people were smoking in the hotel at times, but we never smelled anything. the outdoor pool was nice (i hate indoor pools) and our son loved it. there's plenty of food close by east and west of the hotel without getting on the interstate (a mile or less each way). we never had housekeeping clean during our stay so i can't speak for that, but they were always nice and greeted us in the halls. the breakfast is pretty typical and pretty plentiful. dining area isn't very big, and several days we just got food and took it back to our room because there was no place to sit. wifi works well everywhere in the hotel. overall a very nice stay.

    1
« Room not clean, management's best smirk »

Best Western Plus DTC may have an unusual checklist. Shaving stubble in shower? Check. Trash not emptied? Check. Skoal can on floor? Check. Spoke to the (alleged) GM the next morning: He didn't bother to introduce himself after I introduced myself, but he did put on his best smirk and shrugged his shoulders. With management's total lack of courage and character and poor lackadaisical attitude, no wonder why Best Western staff aren't bothered to clean.

    4
« Nice room, good breakfast! »

The furnishings were new and clean. The AC worked fine. The motel entrance was blocked by construction. There was no bathroom fan. Even though the room and bath looked very clean there was hair on the floor and a used water bottle under the bed. The beds were very comfortable, as were the pillows. The gym was minimally furnished. The room has a pass through door and we could hear the person in the next room sneezing frequently. The road noise on the south side was also noticeable. The breakfast was good. Check in and out was simple. WiFi password did not work, but didn't care so didn't complain.

    « Excellent Stay ! »

Ryan, The manager at the Best Western Plus, Denver Tech Center is the best ! I've stayed at this location several times in the past, and ALWAYS stay at this location. Had to book a room kinda last minute ( 1 week prior to stay ) called Ryan, and he took care of my booking personally, love that type of service ! Will always stay at this location ! Staff takes pride in the appearance of the hotel & always the best customer service from the front desk staff ! From the front desk staff to the maids, including the super friendly guy doing maintenance, Staff always treated me with the upmost respect ! greeted me with a smile and a good morning or good evening ! Love the staff there !

    « Excellent »

Clean Room and Clean Bathroom (very important when you travel with your 5 year old) Excellent service at breakfast and taste. They always serve waffles, bread, yogurts, coffee, juice and fruits. Some morning you'll find scrabble eggs, sausage, boiled eggs, hash browns and other stuff I don't remember. Fast acces to speedway and near to Downtown. Close to a Sport Authority were you can rent ski gear for $20.

    4
    « Nice Stay »

Went to a venue at Fiddler's Green and wanted something close. It looks like it has been remodeled or is fairly new but the place was compRBle with a Marriott. The elevators are kinda small yet the hotel only has 5 floors so we took the stairs. No funky smell in the rooms and the A/ C worked exceptionally well. The beds were very comfortable . The Wi-Fi was nothing to write home about. The continental breakfast was pretty good (nice selection) and the seating area where this is at is clean ,modern and comfortable. They have a look yet we didn't use it as well as fitness center and all amenities you would exoect (even a Keurig in the room ) The shower faucet was kinda confusing and looked like someone tried to yank it off the wall. I kinda felt that way as well but the water was hot once I figured it out.

    5
    « Good service - comfy beds »

We were on a 10 day road trip from AZ to SD and back to AZ via CA. This location has friendly staff and comfy beds. There are two Mexican restaurants in the parking lot - the one on the corner had great food and great service (Tapaillo I think it was ). We only stayed one night but we had no issues.

    4
    « Good place »

Good place, not too expensive. Rooms are clean, breakfast is better than a lot of places. Could use a hot tub for the adults. The location is ok for getting to locations throughout the city. I appreciated the staffs knowledge of the public transportation availability and location.

    5
    « Great Place & Great Staff »

We stayed here to attend an event at Fiddlers Green. This hotel was minutes from the venue. We checked in around 4pm on a Sunday and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There are many places to eat (A&W, Chic Fil A, Burger King, Red Robin, Sonic), retail (Target) and gas stations (Conoco) within just a few miles. The road construction was a little hassle, but not the hotels fault. We were just one block from I-25 and could get anywhere we needed quickly. The room was clean, the beds were super comfy, the A/C worked overtime as it was pushing 100 degrees every day we were there but it kept a steady 72 at night. As for breakfast, A+! I worked for a Best Western and the breakfast set up was one of my many jobs and it's not easy. We came down between 9-10 every morning of a 4 day stay and there was plenty of food still hot. They changed it up every other day so we didn't eat the same thing every day. Some of the choices were scrambled eggs, bacon, cereals, hash brown rounds, cheese omelets, chili sauce, waffles and make your own parfait. The tables were cleaned off as people moved so others could sit. The breakfast workers deserve a hug :) Overall a great stay for a reasonable price.

« Very good hotel for business travel »

The hotel was clean and well appointed. It's very well located close to the freeway if you are traveling for business. The rooms are quite comfortable and nicely furnished. I have stayed at this location on several occasions and found that it measures up very well to other good hotels such as Hilton or Marriott.

    4
« Nice place for an overnight stay »

Polite and kind staff. Nice rooms...quiet and clean. Breakfast was better than most hotels that offer free breakfast. My only inconvenience was heavy slow traffic because of the street construction going on in front of the hotel during my stay.

    3
    « Just one night »

Stayed in this area because of an event we were attending. Facility was nice, staff was ok. Rooms were pretty good. Room was right behind the elevator but elevator noise was never an issue. Bed was too firm for my liking. My wife couldn't get coffee machine to work so she went down to breakfast area to get some. I eventually did get a cup of coffee. I thought price was on the higher than average for this type of Hotel.

    2
    « Cold shower »

Its a nice hotel. The room was fine, nice queen bed with a couple of comfortable places to sit. The location was very convenient for meals. It was relatively quiet. the problem was that when we awoke and tried to take a shower and get on the road, there was no hot water, I mean NONE,...stone cold. A call to the front desk brought notice that the maintenance man had been called and the clerk was sorry for the inconvenience. We dressed and had breakfast, which was typical continental budget hotel fare but nothing to scream about. Another trip to the front desk with the statement that I either wanted hot water or some money back brought a call to the manager that ended up getting us a few dollars back. That is why the review is two stars and not one. Driving to our destination unshowered was not akin to living a survivalist life in the wilderness, but its not something I like to do. Luckily our destination hotel had hot water and plenty of soap and the stench of the road was washed away. If there is hot water, its an ok place to stay. If not?.......

« Great place to stay »

Clean, well managed hotel. Breakfast available. Close proximity to restaurants. We were on our way to Steamboat and was a great overnighter for us. Dog friendly hotel. Only draw back was on going construction in the area. Easy access to interstate.

    « Wonderful stay »

This hotel was in a perfect location. The hotel had great Wi-Fi service . For my family that is a bonus. Plus it was free. Another plus for me. the staff there was Great and they had a great breakfast in the morning. Very friendly atmosphere. We would come back to this hotel and stay longer.

    « Such a great stay »

My husband and I were both sick on a road trip with our two dogs, and arrived late at night after car trouble. We were desperate for a little bit of comfort and a good night's sleep. The Best Western Plus exceeded our expectations! The $25 dog fee was very reasonable and our dogs settled right in. There were no weird smells, the room was incredibly clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. We woke up feeling much better the next day. The dogs enjoyed their walk in the nice grassy area provided for them to do their business, and they even supplied poo bags. The hotel was conveniently located next to several businesses, so I was able to run over to Target for medicine and other supplies. The breakfast was plentiful and so yummy. I loved the omelettes with chili sauce and their peppery hash browns! We stayed in some really awful hotels over the rest of our trip, and our experience here has made us fans of Best Western for life.

    « Fair room »

My kid of hotel, functional enough, nothing fancy. Rooms were comfortable and passably clean and pet friendly, prices were low and reasonable, the location is relatively safe and quiet. It's definitely no frills but it's certainly basic lodging and comfortable

    « Exceptional Service »

From the minute you walk in to the end of your stay, you are treated professionally and with great customer service. Check in went smoothly and the staff was very friendly. You rarely see housekeeping staff except in the morning, but the ones I ran into were very nice and courteous. Breakfast was awesome! You could make your own parfait and well..that made my day! There happened to be a tournament in town and the hotel was pretty full, but you'd never know it! It was so quiet. Even though we only stayed one night, it was the most enjoyable stay I've had in a long time.

« A good value for access to Denver »

Rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. Very good breakfast food offerings and plenty of it, even in the later breakfast hours. Plenty of place to sit in the breakfast area. Nice art photos on the walls. Good TVs in the rooms, outdoor pool and fitness room. A 15-minute walk to the Arapahoe light rail station and, from there, a 40 minute trip to downtown.

    « Great Hotel »

This Hotel is great, Downside is all the construction happening around the hotel. Adds time to navigate around those getting to and from exits of freeway and going to the store that was 2 miles away added 16 miles to my drive. If the construction around wasn't there this is the perfect Hotel. Lots of Breakfast options. Very Nice inside Lobby. Very Much wished there was a Hot Tub but the pool was too cold to swim in. We had our kids with us and it was a nice location and we ate two nights at Greek To Me Rest. off Peak View Ave a short walk from the Hotel. AMAZING STEAK there!! highly Recommend.

« A Little Dated, But Nice All The Same »

Checked in as a party of six. Check-in was painless and everyone was very friendly. We got to our room and it is a tyical hotel with no frills. The TV was newer and has a lot of channels to choose from. The microwave and mini fridge appeared to be in decent shape and all of furnishings were in decent shape, given their presumed age. The HVAC system had to work hard to maintain temperature though. The breakfast in the morning was very good and have a lot to choose from. Check out was also a breeze. I can't complain for the price point!

    3
« A little dated but good effort to keep it nice »

The hotel is in reasonable good shape, just that it is older but definitely still functional. The staff could have made an effort to make my stay better rather than come across as lazy. A few minor inconveniences but overall was an okay stay. Views from the third floor are nothing to brag about. As usual the in room A/C is very noisy and hard to sleep through. Breakfast was filling and enjoyed the hot foods. Dining table area is fancy but none functional to sit and eat. Kids enjoyed the pool and I had a nice work out in the fitness room.

    « OK hotel »

Not Hotel's fault, but terrible road construction all around hotel. Was told we could walk to music event. But nearly impossible with road construction. Came back and got car and drove. Room was Ok. Bed uncomfortable. Staff was nice. Free breakfast was just OK.

    « Excellent Stay »

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this hotel, Just as the trip prior, everything about this hotel is wonderful. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds and a great choice of breakfast items. If I come this way again, I won't stay anywhere else.

    « Place to stay »

I stay in hotels in the Greenwood Village area all the time when I travel for business. I enjoy this Best Western. It's not the best looking from the outside but inside is nice & they have a great breakfast every morning. If you are looking a nice clean place to stay that is reasonably priced look no further.

    « Queen is a Full »

Not too satisfied with room. I booked room with Two Queen Beds but got room with Two Full Beds. Staff said the beds were queen. Linen and blankets were Full Size as per tags. Might be silly to some but I prefer a Queen Size or King and I thought, according to booking , that was what I was getting.

    « Son's college graduation »

We always stay at this Best Western when traveling to the Denver area because they are pet friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable and it is centrally located to family and shopping/restaurants. Recently attended my son's college graduation from CSU and stayed here and was not disappointed. Our pet passed away a month ago but we will continue to use this hotel as we have been very pleased with our stays there.

« Overbooked, but worked out in our Favor »

We had originally booked our hotel at the Hampton Inn in Denver Tech Center but after flying into Denver International and hitting the grocery store, we received a call that they had overbooked and were getting us a better room instead for free. They gave us the address and low and behold when we pulled in it was a Best Western! The front desk was excellent help and we got a few winks before we had to head out early to visit Pikes Peak. The breakfast was fantastic - couldn't have asked for a better place to stay on our first night of our honeymoon!

    « Perfect stay »

2nd level room next to the elevators and ice machine/soda machine. But I never heard any of them. The elevators were very quiet and never noticed the ice or soda machine when someone used it. Room was spacious and clean! The rooms have 39" LG HDTV's which are nice. Access to the hotel is kinda odd with the road system in the area. But once you understand it, it becomes a non-issue. Bathroom was clean and plenty of room, it even had a coffee machine (I didn't use it) Lots of hot water. The room I had did have a small desk, which was fine. Breakfast was great!!!!! My only complaint was the wifi. It needed to be logged back into overtime you left the hotel and sometimes in the morning it wanted me to log back into it.

« Great hotel, great price, great location »

I was with a friend to see a concert at Fiddler's Green. It was a shockingly easy walk. I mean, ridiculously easy. The price was great, too. I'm short, but I know tall people often struggle with hotel showers. My struggle was I had to stand on tip-toe to reach it. And it was a really nice shower, not just a budget one. I didn't get up early enough for breakfast, but it seemed like it would have been good based on the seating area, and various serving areas. There seemed to be a really good variety of sit-down, take-out, delivery, chain, and one-off restaurants within easy walking distance, so whatever your preferences, budget, or time constraints, there would be something for you nearby. Since we knew we were going to be out late, and up late, we went and brought back a bunch of food before the concert. The refrigerator was a great size, and there was a microwave, too, if we needed it. It was SO EASY to get to and from the highway, as well. And previous reviews talked about construction, but that seems to be either done or winding down. We didn't hear any noise at all. My only complaint: the in-room keurig machine right next to the "environmentally friendly laundry" notice. I know it is a nit-pick, but keurig is disastrous for the environment.

    2
« Dirty room floor, stinky room and hall »

When we arrived the 2nd floor hall and the room itself smelled like dirty feet/wet dog. The hall and room had obviously not been vacuumed for some time. The next morning I asked at the front desk to have it vacuumed and was told it would be taken care of immediately, but this did not happen.

    « nice hotel »

My family and I were on vacation. We spend two nights at Best Western. Facility was nice and clean and employees were friendly and helpful. The location is far from Denver's downtown but it is by the highway which makes it easy to access any location. The hotel was clean and modern but I would get ride of the carpet. It would look great and would make it even cleaner.

« Great location, great breakfast, friendly staff, comfy bed! »

We stayed here for 10 nights and overall had a great experience. We picked this hotel for the price and it was great for our needs. Pros: Friendly front desk staff, housekeeping did a nice job cleaning, free breakfast had lots of great options (including eggs, meat, pancakes, waffles, yogurt parfaits, pastries, fresh fruit, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea, juice), gym and business centers were easy to find and clean, laundry room was also clean, bed was comfy (I have low back problems and often have trouble sleeping in hotel beds, I had no issues). Cons: Room and bathroom were a little on small side, microwave seemed a little old and didn't heat as quickly as expected, room smelled a little musty. Overall, the room could use an update, but the shared spaces were very nice. Everything was clean, the beds and linens were very good and hotel amenities made it a very good stay and worth the price we paid.

Fine location, plenty of free parking and a real free breakfast to start the day. Hotel staff friendly and responsive. Sharp picture on the flat screen tv with plenty of channels. « An average stay »

Pros: The property, overall, was neat and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Wifi was easily accessible and had reasonable speed. What I really liked was that the sound of the toilets didn't wake you up. I couldn't hear the conversation, ringing phone or television noise from the next room, a definite plus. Cons: Our room was comfortable and nicely appointed but the carpet needed cleaning as it had colored stains as if someone had dropped some colored markers on the floor. In the bathroom there was a pile of something behind the door that looked like it might be a collection of dirt. The tub had a hand rail, but it was not placed so that it would be useful to assist in getting in and out of the tub. We were in an East facing room and the curtains did not cover the windows completely. On Friday, we were out for most of the day and had to specifically request that our room be freshened when we left for dinner. The towels need to be inventoried and discarded when holes are found. Breakfast was adequate. I have some dietary challenges so I had to ask the front desk staff to intervene so that I could get eggs without cheese, as the person who was preparing breakfast didn't understand English and wouldn't accommodate my request. After intervention from the front desk staff she accommodated my needs. Overall, it was an average stay. The service was average, breakfast was the usual "Hot breakfast" fair. The outstanding point was the bed that was very comfortable.

    « Definitely would return! »

Excellent stay overall here at the Best Western. Room and bathroom were clean, staff was friendly, internet was adequate (although not fast enough for Netflix), and breakfast was pretty good. Our room had a small refrigerator and microwave, and we were lucky enough to not hear any noise from neighboring rooms during any of our four nights there. A couple of improvements would make the room even better -- a fan in the bathroom would be great, and curtains that closed better to keep morning light from leaking in. However, for the price, this was an excellent choice. Several people have complained about the road construction around the hotel. It seemed a bit daunting the first time we tried to find the hotel entrance, but then it was no problem at all. Don't let that deter you.

    3
    « Okay Stay »

The rooms are nice. Staff is good. Breakfast is great. Make sure you ask about outside noise. Major construction during our stay. No sleep. Might consider staying here again if construction is completed.

    4
« Road construction makes this hotel almost unreachable. Not their fault. »

I Liked the room. I liked the internet. I liked the bed. I was happy with the hotel staff. But I could not stand having to deal with the horrible traffic problems associated with the road construction by the hotel. The back entrance was the only way in or out. I had to move. Once the road construction is gone, this would be a great place to stay. I only had one complaint. 120 dollars for a room in a hotel with major traffic problems. They need to do something for the guests who have to brave this situation. Otherwise, great place to stay.

« Great stay in Denver, CO »

Received an excellent rate from Hotel Tonight under $100! The room really felt like home.. Large window to bring in light - no dark cave here. Wonderful breakfast including eggs, sausage, yogurt, waffles, etc. Elevator and carts available to move luggage. This was a perfect stay in quality of hotel and location. Location is 2 blocks off I-25. Centrally located for my visits with friends and family.

Great location central to many of the tech centers and shopping centers, New golf driving range down the street. The hot breakfast buffet was verry nice and time saving. The free Wi-Fi worked great and was verry fast with no drops in service during a verry large download needed for a meeting.

« Price and Quality matched! »

We were here for a quick overnight stay. We choose this place mainly due to its location. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast was actually quite good. My only complaint was ... the bed ... it was not comfortable at all. Stronger, my wife and I both woke up with a back ache. But then again, we did not stay here for a romantic getaway ... Overall, the price and quality matched. So if we are passing through ... this place would be considered an option for us again. Lets hope they will have new beds then too!

I stayed here while going to a concert a Fiddlers Green Amphitheater and I could not have enjoyed my stay any more. The room was very nice and I could walk to the concert. I also used the fitness center which had a good variety of equipment. I had to leave early in the am for work but the breakfast looked good and the coffee was delicous.

Room was remarkably clean. The staff was very helpful; offering several suggestions for places to dine. I couldn't find the pool but perhaps I did not look hard enough given the enormous snow storm in progress at the time.

    « Horrible experience »

It started off when I walked in. There was a wet musty smell and after I checked in, I rounded the corner and the entire first floor hallway was covered in fans and doors open to the rooms. There was evidently a flood. When the doors opened on the elevator to my floor, I stepped out of the elevator and was nearly run over by a man on his cell phone that was loud, rude, obnoxious, and then proceeded to continue his conversation as I was making my way down to my room and yelling obscenities and remarks about his perception of my weight. He continued this as I was standing at my door and trying to get my key to work, which it didn't. So, after this encounter, I had to make my way down to the front desk with all of my luggage in tow and after traveling all day and he's in the lobby and still continuing his loud obnoxious behavior. I made the front desk aware of this man and they did nothing about it. Every time I would walk down to the vending machines for water, the machine was out of water and that man would come out of his room and would be behind me every time. I was very uncomfortable and scared quite frankly. The second night I was there, I came back from an all day training, the fans were still there in the hallway of the first floor and when I got to my floor, there was a privacy tag laying in the floor in front of the elevators, wadded up sheets on the credenza table by the elevators, and someone's dirty trash can outside their door. I will say, the room was decent, but small. The breakfast was decent for a small hotel, but overall, this was a horrible experience.

    « Friendly, Clean, Modern »

Loved our stay at Best Western in Greenwood Village. The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, great amenities, staff was nice and helpful, the breakfast area was really nice! Overall, great stay I would recommend if you are in the area. You won't be disappointed!

    « Conveniently Close to Interstate 25 »

I stayed here for a night while driving to California from the Midwest. The hotel is conveniently located next to the freeway, which made coming and going very easy. The rooms/lobby area look just like they do in their photos online! The room was clean and the bed was comfy. They offer a free continental breakfast, however, because I had to check out before breakfast, I was unable to enjoy it. The lady at the front desk was nice enough to grab me some fruit for the road since I wasn't able to have breakfast at the hotel. I don't believe they have a restaurant on-site, but there is a nice variety of restaurants nearby. If you like Vietnamese food, I highly recommend Pho Saigon, which is just across the street in the strip mall next to Home Depot. The hotel was much nicer than I had anticipated, so I'd definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area.

    « Good Stay »

I enjoyed my stay here better than I thought I would. The desk staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean when I checked in however, the housekeeping neglected to leave items such as towels, wash clothes, toilet paper, cups, or such. It can be a pleasant stay.

    « best western plus »

Nice hotel at a decent price. Stayed for 2 nights ( Friday & Saturday) and was wondering if we had made a good choice with the traffic noise on Friday night. Not from the interstate that is close but street racing I assume close by. But as quick as it started it finished and didn't happen the following night. Nice size rooms with fridge, coffee pot and micro wave. Breakfast was your usual breakfast with eggs, waffles, fruits, yogurts, toast and cereals. Lots of room in the breakfast area and kept clean and stocked. Would not hesitate to stay here again if ever in the area.

    « Great! »

This is one of my favorite hotels I have stayed in. I thought the room was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The Keurig machine in the room was a plus. The breakfast buffet had many choices and was delicious. Nick, the gentleman that checked us in, was extremely helpful. We were only passing through overnight and he recommended an activity for us to do the next morning before we headed home (Red Rocks Park/Ampitheater). We had fun doing that thanks to Nick! I would definitely stay here again! Great value for a great hotel!

    « Web site »

Your web site for booking is not very good. I had problems last year and was told that it was being updated...well that didn't work. I should be able to log in using my e-mail address or Rewards card and have all the information there. All that I should have to do is say where I want to stay and what dates and give my credit information. I should not be reading about how wonderful your rewards card are because they are not.

« Decent Place to stay »

I enjoyed my stay better than the stays I have had before. The room is darker so I can get better sleep. As long as you are not on the 5th floor the noise from the highway is not noticed. The staff is helpful. I do have the housekeeping staff needs to be more attentive and restock items used.

« GREAT VALUE !!! CLEAN AND CENTRALLY LOCATED »

This is my first time staying in a Best Western and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The two most important things I look for when booking a hotel is location and cleanliness. This hotel has it. Close to everything, very clean, better breakfast (included ) than the most expensive hotels in the area. Really good coffee, friendly staff. Great value! I will stay here every time I visit my son.

« Mixed review - some good some bad »

I'd agree with the other reviewers about location and value. Easy to get to, walking distance to lots of food and shopping options. Clean and quiet - nice people working but just ineffective. I was here for over a week and ran into too many issues to give it a high rating. Window in my room didn't close properly - maintenance couldn't fix it so the nights in February were cold. Linens on the bed weren't changed even once - I stay at Staybridge and other lower end chains who change every 3-4 days for longer term stays. Towels were taken but not replaced - when I got more from the front desk they were taken back the next day. Bed was only made one time in 8 nights - and I had to ask twice. Cable TV didn't work and they were unable to reset it due to a software upgrade. I have to return twice to the area in the next few months and I don't know I would return to this location...

    4
    « Great room »

My room was very nice and comfortable...comparable to more upscale hotels. The breakfast and wi-fi fulfilled two of my must haves when traveling. I do wish the hotel had an onsite bar and restaurant. Target and I-25 are both very close.

« Good business stay, comfortable for females in my crew »

When asked what competitively priced chain of hotels my colleagues would accept, they mentioned Best Westerns. Two conferences in a row, they have been up to PAR. Clean rooms, great breakfast, accommodating staff, fitness, and good location made this a pleasant trip even within a heavy snow fall.

« We stayed at 2 Best Westerns this trip! »

While in Colorado Springs, that Best Western Staff was exceptional. Max went out of his way to help us with accommodations in Denver. Our original plan was to stay in Colorado Springs for 2 days but due to the time of our Flight home and the weather we felt it safer to stay close to the airport in Denver for our departure on Sun at 8:15AM That kept us from having to leave at 3AM on ice covered roads. He was the best. NOW in Denver the girl at the front desk was awful and very mean to her help. The girl that she sent to help us with a malfunctioning coffee pot was very sweet and kind. We had to leave before the breakfast service to catch our flight. The BW was nice...

    « Best Hotel Value »

This is my favorite hotel in the Aurora / South Denver area. I will stay here even if I have to drive further to visit family and friends. The staff and management are excellent, the rooms clean and the breakfasts are more than pastry and juice. My only complaint would be about other guests that were inconsiderate - but you get that everywhere.

« Nice hotel, but nothing fancy »

Stayed here for a few days while in town for training. The hotel was selected by my company. Overall it's not a bad hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were relatively clean and the location was convenient for our training. The rooms themselves were pretty good. The bed's were comfortable though I wasn't a fan of the pillows. This is just personal preference, but I do like it when hotels have a few different pillows of different sizes. This one did not, and I found that the pillows were simply too large/springy for my tastes. I ended up using folded towels to go to sleep. The rooms were also not as sound proof as other hotels I've stayed at. Well, at least the neighbours enjoyed their stay... The breakfast is pretty good with some good selections - they even had soy milk available which was a pleasant surprise. We had dinner at the local Mexican restaurant which was within convenient walking distance. Overall not a bad place to stay.

staff (day porter?) accessed our room at 9am without knocking-I was standing naked in the bathroom when this person began to enter-no hot water at 0900, 1000 and finally like warm water at 1115-reminds me of a stay in a 3rd world country!!!!

« Seasoned traveler totally blown away »

I've traveled for business and leisure for over 30 years, experiencing the best (and not so good) hotels in the USA, Mexico, North and Central/South America as well as Europe and Asia. Price for value has always been important to me. I've just checked into the BEST WESTERN PLUS Denver Tech Center Hotel and I have been utterly amazed. Having for a long time thought of this chain in the lower tier of the hotel business, and a place to stay "only if I have no other choice", this Best Western facility has totally changed my perspective! My arrival at the hotel was welcoming. The front desk staff was caring (asking what preferences I had) and always done with a smile. Nick (at the front desk) could not have been more informative or helpful. The property is beyond acceptable for the price. Rooms are clean and modern, hallways are clean and common areas are more than acceptable and welcoming. Free WiFi, a pool and a workout area, are for me unexpected at the price point. Hooray for this organization and their staff. I will stay here whenever I have business or leisure travel in the area. Can't thank you enough!

« No hot water for two day?!?!? »

I really try to always leave some good feedback but after cold showers for two days I am at a loss. Before you book and check to see if they fixed the hot water heater? Location is good enough, clean, nice staff but we were told for two days hot water would return but it's still nice and cold.

    « Friendly staff »

I book and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for one night and had such a bad experience with the staff there, that I re-booked to stay at the Best Western nearby. The staff here has been extremely helpful and friendly, the property is nice and clean and the stay was more pleasurable than most. Definitely impressed for a Best Western, they are certainly doing a great job here.

    « Great location »

Hotel and rooms are very clean, good value for the price, great service from the front desk they are friendly and very helpful, great location close to all you need, free breakfast is awesome, it snowed when we were there and the maintenance man kept all the walks clear and spread ice melt regularly.

    « CHRISTMAS EVE 2015 »

The room was small and did not have a separate bedroom as we were expecting. The heating was noisy and wouldn't turn off. Room was noisy due to closeness of the freeway. The food was below par from experience with other Best Westerns in California.

« New Management is Terrible »

Where is Amy? Where are the Older Gentleman who had conversations with guests during breakfast? My Wife and I come down to Denver to visit our Grand children every other month. I've noticed management and staff has changed a bit, It's Terrible! The short young lady with glasses Desirae has been the rudest. I had approached the desk in need of towels and to inform them of a few mistakes housekeeping missed. A blonde young lady was on the phone so I waited patiently. Desirae looked at me with a face of disgust, now I know I'm not the best looking after all I'll be 74. Instead of asking Sir may i assist you she walks back and sits on her cell phone. I then asked the blonde young lady (wish i would have gotten her name) who Desirae was she said " oh shes the assistant manager, she doesn't do much but sit back and pass along orders." If i remember correctly Amy was assistant and helped with everything. I tried to tip her once for helping me carry a cup of coffee to my room. Where is this customer service? Hospitality is about the guests. With that being said I asked to speak to whoever was above Desirae. You can clearly hear a voice from the back, "I don't have time right now get a number". An old short blonde hair woman walks out shouting I'm going to grab lunch! Is this why she didn't have two minutes to spare? It has been a week and still no phone call. Not sure how this place is still in business. After all with out guests the hotel makes no money, then comes no money for employees? Why would management want that for the lovely front desk staff? Either you need Amy and the old management Nash back or New Management in GENERAL. The older blonde and Desirae have got to go!

    « EXCELLENT property »

We stayed one night at this property and were very pleased with the condition of the property. Everything was very up to date and the staff was very courteous. We chose it because of the reasonable price and close proximity to the IKEA store in Centenial. We will definitely be back.

    « Great one-night stay »

Just needed place for stop on way to Lyons, after driving 10 hours. This place is clean, comfortable, great service, convenient to restaurants (El Tapatio was great too) and was overall just what we needed. Outstanding breakfast. Had a nice ground floor room.

« satisfactory stay in south Denver »

We were fairly happy with our night here. The bed was good, the breakfast was more than adequate. We were a little unhappy with the road noise. Try getting a room away from the Arapahoe road side. Otherwise a good value

« Solid Best Western in Denver »

After a week on the road on the West Slope I was very happy to see a Best Western. I travel a lot and am always amazed how much better BW is for the price. Spent 2 nights in a NON-Best Western and paid more for a couple dirty old hotels. Glad to be back at BW.....this location is a very good location and easy to get anywhere.

« Great stay and excellent bed »

Stayed here for one night as I was house hunting in the area. Good, clean room. One of the best beds I slept in the hotel in recent memories. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff were friendly and they were proactive about my room being satisfactory. Would definitely recommend

Very nice hotel. Stay was due to water damage at our home. Realized that we were there over Thanksgiving with minimal staff that day, but was slightly disappointed at cleaning services the day after. Breakfast was superb and offered good selection for everyone.

Very good hotel. Clean, service was great, breakfast was better than most. Will definitely return. Would suggest this property to any of my friends or family. Good location for business or need to be in south Denver area.

« Super! Great amenities, great value! »

Super stay for business; first night in a larger but noisy next to elevator/street side--staff accomodating and moved me to the other side of the building much more quiet. Amenities were very good, refreshed room daily, fresh and clean. Breakfast had many choices (potatoes on the buffet could be better--minor considering choices available). Great location to attractions, shopping, restaurants. I would highly recommend.

« Now One of My Favorite Hotels in Denver »

I come through Denver five or six times a year, and I've found some pretty great places to stay. I like to stick to smaller inns or B&Bs, or to some tried and true listings on Airbnb - somewhere unique, with a little character, and with a good local experience. I generally don't hit ye olde chain hotels. They're all alike, after all, and the rates can be pretty gross. This past weekend I ended up in Denver and my accommodation plans fell through at the last minute. I didn't want to spend a ton on a fancy B&B room, and I couldn't wait for replies from Airbnb hosts, so I pulled up Expedia on my phone and browsed through the Express Deals. The Denver Tech Center area had the best prices (I suspect weekend rates in an area with lots of business travelers are regularly pretty good), and I ended up here at the Best Western Plus. Best choice I could have made. I got a killer deal on the room, which was fantastic. Yeah, it's ye olde average chain hotel. Decor was modern but unremarkable, and the architecture was recently updated but still pretty blah. That said, the amenities were super nice for the price I paid, and every staff person I met was incredibly friendly. Wifi and breakfast were included, which is more than you can say for a lot of business-class hotels these days, and both were perfectly serviceable. Breakfast was largely as expected, but the pork green chili with the eggs was a really nice touch. The whole breakfast area was pretty cool, too: it looks like they converted the old indoor pool area into this modern sunken seating area with counter-height tables, a giant TV, and an electric fireplace. Very cozy and open, and plenty of places to charge a laptop or tablet. As far as the environs, it's in a very commercial area with plenty of restaurants in walking distance. There are plenty of fast food places, but also a few nice sit-down restaurants. I spotted a Thai place and a sushi restaurant not far away, but I settled on the diner across the street. Basic, but inexpensive and super tasty comfort food. Not many downsides, but there are a few. For one, it's a little awkward to reach. It's in the middle of a block dotted with other chain hotels and tiny Mexican restaurants, and it wasn't very obvious to me in the dark which driveway I needed to use. Since the bordering roads are divided avenues, it was doubly confusing - I ended up going almost all the way around the block before I found a way in. Parking was okay while I was there, but it didn't look like there were a lot of places. During super busy times, I can see where it would be a challenge. The room wasn't super noise-proofed from the hall. While my immediate neighbors were all nice and quiet, I could see where the place could get noisy if all the rooms were occupied. But those are all minor things. I'll definitely look to stay here again in the future. One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had in Denver.

    « Tech Center Inn »

Well placed, affordable price for a walk-in guest. Close to restaurants and highway access without being affected by traffic noise. Good parking and access. Good breakfast and express check-out. Friendly and capable front desk staff. While not used, exercise facility appeared to be modern and clean.

    « Good visit »

My visit was good...not great but good. The breakfast, fitness room, decor, furniture, bed, and property were all great. I had two issues: 1. The phone did not work in my room. 2. Employees could be more friendly. They were not rude but not up to par with customer service specially for a business in the service industry. And this was true of the 4 employees I came across on my 1 night stay. I think this may be a training opportunity. Getting this right would take this hotel to a 5 rating.

    « Pleasantly surprised »

I stayed here one night. Check-in was a quick, the hotel receptionist was friendly. I was in my room within a few minutes of arriving. The breakfast area had good coffee and I'm a self appointed coffee critic. Hot breakfast included plain omelets with sausage and cheese sides. Potatoes were pretty good. Walking distance to Starbucks. I needed to study for the next days technical interview and the Chic-fil-A 1/2 block away was perfect. First time at Chick-fil-A and they have great chicken sandwhiches. I left my computer tablet in the room. The maid turned it into management who sent it back to me via UPS.

    « Very nice stay »

The room was clean overall. The beds were comfortable (firm mattress, lots of pillows). The heat worked. The television had cable but no info about what show was on. The remote was VERY basic. The free breakfast bar was better than others- Make your own waffles and lots of other hot and cold choices. Check in/out went fast and smooth. We chose not to have our room cleaned everyday and they honored that. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

    « Clean & Comfortable! »

I briefly stayed at this Best Western location because my apartment was being renovated. Don't let the outside fool you. The hotel is very clean, updated & modern on the inside. I stayed in the king room and it was fabulous! The suite was equipped with a k-cup coffee maker, fridge, microwave & LG flat screen tv. The fridge was much larger than what you would normally find in most budget hotels. Overall, I had a pleasant stay & the king size bed was nice & comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious. There's also a Target, Starbucks, KFC & Chic-fil-a across the street, within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting or need a place to stay briefly while in the DTC area.

« Good hotel, excellent value, good location. »

Best Western in Greenwood Village is a good place to stay, I visit the Denver Tech Center often. Good value, clean, good beds, breakfast is OK. Staff is always helpful, cheerful and available. The location is right off the highway. A little bit noisy but overall a place to which I return often.

    « Won't Stay Again »

Indifferent staff, unclean (not completely turned over) room, lousy breakfast, prices to high to warrant any of my frustrations. If I had wanted a substandard stay, I could have spent 1/2 the money and gotten the same thing.

« I wish there were more stars than 5 »

Travelling all the way from India to US for the first time and picked this hotel because it was closer to my exam center. I stayed here for 15 days and lets talk about Patty first (GM of the hotel). She is a wonderful, kind and helpful person who helped me a lot during my initial days. I did not had a cell number in US and she solved my problem in 15 minutes by taking me to a nearby cell store. Then she dropped me to my exam center on first day. Not only Patty but the entire staff from Housekeeping to front desk was very kind and helpful. Now talking about the hotel, it is beautiful place, total value for money. Clean, well maintained, fast wifi and great breakfast (although I was too bored with it after 15 days and why not). Although traffic noise was irritating at times but that can be ignored when you have such a pleasant stay. I missed saying Patty good bye because she was not there when I checked out. Folks, this is the best place to stay in Tech Center, you will not get a place as good as this in Denver. Patty, thank you and your staff (especially Nick and Lecce) for being so kind and wonderful to me. This is my place of stay whenever I come to Denver.

« Great Location + Great Service + Clean Rooms = Super Stay! »

At the recommendation of my brother, I stayed here on a recent trip. He suggested it because it was in a good location (i.e., close to the interstate) and in a safe location. Check in was great, room was great, free breakfast was a real plus. Better than your average free breakfast - they offered two gravies (and being a Southerner that was a real plus), one was for biscuits and one was like a Salsa gravy for your eggs - yummm! Only drawback was they blocked off the front entrance for some reason and you had to walk over some rocks to get in the front door. Other than that, no complaints.

« Newer Facility with DTC location »

This hotel is modern, quiet, and clean. The staff was helpful, and the location provides easy access to DTC and I-25. Free breakfast, free parking and free fast wi-fi added value. The pool was closed for the season in early October.

« Great value, nice area. »

Close by to everything we needed. The drive to downtown Denver is a drag if during rush hours. Stayed on 5th floor, away from elevators, facing the back of the hotel. Loved the King bedroom with sofa. Nice size for room & bathroom. Clean. Breakfast was a surprise since I forgot it was included. Bought a reservation from Southwest and for the first time so I was quite surprised. Breakfast wasn't phenomenal, but it did the job. Would stay again if in the area!

« Comfortable two night stay after long flight »

Hotel was conveniently situated just off the Interstate, but no noticeable noise. Rooms were good - Beds comfortable and good shower. Reception staff were helpful. Could do with slightly more attention from staff at breakfast as some food levels were low and tables needed cleaning.

Close to I-25. Plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from and shopping too. If you're a runner like me, go out the backside and run the neighborhoods. Real nice sitting area just off the main lobby with large screen TV and fireplace. Breakfast taken care of by the same person every day so you are guaranteed the same service. Pleasant and helpful desk staff.

« Manager From Hell......Not To Be Trusted. »

We prepaid for a 2 nite stay thru Expedia (never again). We were stuck in a mtn. cabin and could not make the first night. We had limited phone service so we called the hotel and informed them we would not be there the first night. When we arrived the 2nd night we were informed by the clerk that there was no record of us and if we wanted to stay there we would have to pay again. We showed proof of our prepayment and asked for the Manager. The manager was extremely rude from the start and had no customer service skills. She said since we didn't show up the first night that she cancelled the entire reservation...even though we prepaid. I explained to her that we had called to inform Best Western that we wouldn't be there the first night. She didn't care to listen to the story and showed no compassion to 2 tired travelers. After a long and frustating period we were finally given a room. This manager is a VERY POOR representation for Best Western and is the cause for me to consider canceling my Best Western Rewards Card. This hotels franchise with the Best Western name should be cancelled because of numerous complaints about this Manager (see previous reviews).

« Clean, comfy and convenient »

As you'd expect from a Best Western + property this property is of a very good standard across the board. Easy to find off the highway, modern, clean and well appointed. Rooms are comfortable and of a high standard. Bed - well, I slept like a log. All in all, a great choice if you're in this area. We stayed as we were flying out from DIA the following morning but didn't want to pay the crazy prices you find at "airport hotels" Plenty of choices for dinner nearby and the free hot breakfast at the motel is always a great way to start the day. Plenty of free parking even for bigger vehicles.

« Nice staff nice hotel »

overall the place was a very nice hotel nice neighborhood , but the only thing is if your going to the downtown area , the interstate is a pain to get there. Rush hours peak morning and evening are not fun to drive in. Any other time its fine and you can get to where you want to go in a reasonable time frame. Other than that, the hotel and staff was perfect! Thank you!!!

« Not To Be Trusted »

Problems with this stay started before we even got to the hotel. Had booked through third party, so a refund was impossible. All we wanted was an adjustment in our stay. Third party called manager. Third party told us manager said no. When we arrived at hotel, manager told us that she told us she never said that and further no hotel in area would accommodate us. Which was not true as I had found two hotels myself. We stayed the first night of a four night stay. Only one employee asked us if we needed anything. We moved the next day. We lost the money on this stay but regard it as a lesson learned. I will never again stay with Best Western. I will let anyone traveling that this company is not to be trusted. I suggest that BW replace the manager and retrain the staff with a focus on customer service.

I visited here for a business trip. This hotel is definitely more suited for a business trip. I would not really recommend for vacation or pleasure. The free breakfast changed daily and was delicious. Rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and courteous.
