Best Western Plus Arlington North Hotel & Suites

Must have changed management because we had a poor experience during our stay. Shower is in hot tub, and wall is high, so difficult to step over, even for tall spouse. Poor lighting in room. Back security door malfunctioned. Coffee,mocha machine out of order one morning. Rattling A/C unit. Staff not engaged or welcoming. They were casual and unprofessional and gave vague or wrong answers. Manager Paul was very rude and unprofessional. We travel for 6 weeks at a time and often stay at Best Westerns and Hampton Inns. This was the worse experience we have had at a hotel.

The pillows were the size of throw pillows. There were pieces of something on one of the beds. Remote was sticky. I had called from the road asking for a Dallas location, told them what highway I was traveling on. Was booked 30 minutes off my route. Breakfast was mediocre nothing special about it.

Food served was delicious and hot; Various choices daily. Clean/comfortable rooms. Friendly staff! I've stayed at several Best Westerns and this hotel is one of the best. Definitely a cut above the rest!

My flight out of Dallas was cancelled due to winter weather and I booked here primarily due to price and reviews: additionally, all major booking sites suggested that the hotel had an airport shuttle. When I called the hotel to inquire about the shuttle, however, I found out that there did not exist such a service and Priceline was wrong. Service was solid, though there was a slight mix up regarding my reservation when I called ahead to inquire about an early check-in as the receptionist could not find my reservation. However, we were able to get that sorted out and I was able to check-in well before even the stated check-out time. The room was very spacious and inviting with no issues in terms of cleanliness. There was a nice living area with a full size sofa and coffee table as well as a desk and comfortable desk chair. The mini fridge was a good size and the decor was nice and overall the room was just airy and inviting. The beds were extremely comfortable: I think Best Western has among the best mattress and bedding quality of the midscale hotel chains, their bedding is perfect for the climate of their rooms, the beds are firm but supportive and the pillows are particularly nice as they aren't as soft as those found at many competing chains. The bathroom was sizeable and had a nice sink and countertop. The bathtub was huge: it appeared to be more of a Jacuzzi tub than a normal bathtub. The toilet was solid and not low to the ground and the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner was provided in dispensers. There were two problems with the bathroom: firstly, the soap was in bar form, but there wasn't a soap dish which made it a bit messy and secondly, the water pressure in the shower was low. Breakfast was decent the morning I went down. The hot options consisted of scrambled eggs, a sausage and potato hash with tortillas, and tamales. There were also tortillas which you could make a taco with alongside a bread selection and a yogurt parfait station. The rooms and breakfast alongside the cheap listed rate, as well as proximity to DFW, make the hotel attractive for unexpected cancellations and overnight layovers. However, the shuttle can be the deal breaker here.

This was an amazing hotel! The lobby is beautiful and the decorations for the season are amazing and just right. The location, even though right off the highway, was very peaceful. Even though I wasn't there during the day, my needs were exceeded and I so much appreciate that. Great experience.

The hotel staff was very polite and accommodating. The breakfast served was fresh and hot each morning with many options available. The only thing I did not like was the noise of the traffic all night because of the location. Other than that this is a very clean and hospitable place to stay.

Our stay at this Best Western Plus during Labor Day weekend was very pleasant. We had no wait for check in or out, and there was ample parking upon our arrival. We used rideshare to attend our events, and they had no trouble with locating the hotel for pick up and drop off in the front of the lobby. Daily breakfast and the pool were on the ground floor, one level below the lobby. Breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold items, beverages, and was well stocked throughout the breakfast hours. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, with fresh bedding over a firm King bed mattress, and lemon verbena bath toiletries. We didn't ask for extra towels or pillows, but a larger family would likely need to do so. The pool towels were fluffy and absorbent and freshly stocked each day. We found no USB port in the room, but fortunately had a charging brick with us for our phone chargers. The TV, refrigerator and coffee maker were all clean and in good working order, too. Nearby burger restaurants were on either side of the property in easy walking distance. Our 3rd floor room window did face the street, but we did not notice any highway noise inside the room. Temperature for the room was comfortable and had a thermostat to adjust if needed. Overall a lovely stay!!

The breakfast times are not what it says in the rooms. There is a sheet that states it's served daily till 9:30 & that was not true. The room was clean, just super noisy and that was disappointing after I had specifically requested a room away from noise. If my children hadn't been as tired as they were , I would have gone back downstairs and asked to be moved.

From checking in, to the stay, to checking out i do not have one bad thing to say about the staff or this hotel. Very Clean place and rooms, phenomenal breakfast. Staff were all very nice and accommodating. The Rooms very clean and comfortable. The only complaint/wish i had was that they have bigger chairs or one without and armrest at the desk when you need to use the desk for work purposes or what have you. Also, if you're looking for great burger and fries there is a place named Chapps Burgers just past the hotel that i highly recommend and its walking distance.

For the overall price it could have been a lot better...Free breakfast was good. There was a smell to the room but not terribly bad but it could have been better. The staff was nice & courteous and helpful.

Very helpful and attentive to what the customer needs, very clean, peaceful, and super comfortable. Traveling with family and it felt safe and family had a blast in pool and in the comfort of the rooms

Great hotel and great location. Read some good and some bad reviews but this hotel is a great hotel to stay at. We didn't experience any bad road noise and the staff and property is always clean. Close to everything and the breakfast was great all three days. If you are looking for a place close to ballparks or horse racing this is it. Restaurants nearby for eating and walkable

Hotel is great. Staff sucks. Bed is hard as a rock. They didn't put extra towels in the room like we asked. Ran out of sausage at breakfast. Which might not sound like much but the main things were sausage and eggs.

Clean, quiet room with bright pastel photos reflecting the nearby entertainment options (football, baseball, amusement parks). Breakfast was good, with eggs, yogurt parfait options, waffle makers, and a Nescafe coffee machine that made various specialty drinks. Firm beds (which we liked).

Hotel is handy for anyone travelling through DFW Airport. Although they don't have shuttle Uber is reasonable and quick to get there. Room was spacious and clean. We booked a jacuzzi room which was relaxing after a long day of traveling.

The room was very clean, and the overall design of the hotel was modern and pleasant. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. If we needed anything at all, all we had to do was ask and they brought it right to us. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is conveniently off a main road. The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. The room was very spacious with high ceilings. The staff were nice. My only complaint is that the parking lot is not long truck friendly

Very clean. Friendly staff. Parking is a little tight. Elevator is slow, but not uncommon. Very friendly staff. My room was pristine which is important for me. Bathroom amenities were good. Internet worked well. Overall, very good value.

Breakfast was great, truly the highlight. Staff was helpful, but not over the top friendly. Area was close to amenities, but also close to homeless encampment. No issues and parking has a solid fence around it. Always felt safe, but may see some things you need to explain to younger kids, ie “”why is that man peeing right there by the side of the parking lot?” Overall I'd probably stay here again, if for nothing else, the breakfast!!

The staff was very friendly on check in and checkout. The breakfast was amazing. Lots of choices. Hot food and cold cerals as well. Coffee in the lobby is always available. They even came by to empty trash and provide clean towels.

Good service! Good food! Great care! This was a very nice Best Western. Staff was courteous even when had not asked. I am a youth minister and we had 50+ occupants over 16 rooms. They cared for us, gave us what we needed, and treated the kids with respect. Great stay!

Room was large, clean, and comfortable. Great breakfast, pool area clean, and employees were wonderful. Jacuzzi tub was a welcome bonus. Location is great for Six Flags, Texas Rangers baseball, Dallas Cowboys, or Loews Live.

This hotel was amazing! It way exceeded our expectations. Pretty interior, very clean, spacious rooms. Delicious and huge breakfast. Many options at breakfast. Clean outdoor pool. Hot shower with great water pressure. Clean towels and sheets. We asked for an infant crib and it was a clean pack and play (we brought our own sheets for that). Very impressed with this hotel and would recommend it. Not a huge deal to us, but it was right off the interstate and our room window faced it- so it was a little loud at times but it didn't bother us or our baby. It could bother others, but maybe a room on the other side would help? Either way, this hotel was the best on our trip! Great job!!

Hotel told us that the room would be ready for check in at 3 pm… was then told it would be 4 pm for check in.. This this continued on until we told we would be able to check in at 4:30 then 5 pm. the lady at the front desk showed no empathy and offered if we wanted to cancel without offering a solution to the problem. Asked for the manager and he was nowhere to be found, was told they would be there tomorrow. No Info was provided for us to contact management until we literally begged from office for a first and last name. Totally unprofessional… me and my friends were in town for wedding events which required us to be showered and dressed to be some where by 6 pm. This was impossible thanks to best western plus. I'd never recommend anyone stay at this location or a best western for any matter

Stayed here during the trip with my wife, daughter, and mother-in-law. My mother-in-law and have a doctors appointment in Dallas this hotel was close and good for the price. We had breakfast here it was very good compared to others but it is a Continental type breakfast.

The hotel great compared to others. The aesthetic of the hotel is so peaceful. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. I stayed in the Whirlpool Suite and it was awesome very spacious and clean.Great job

Very nice, comfortable hotel. Nice sized room with a comfortable bed. The whole hotel is very clean and well maintained. Easy access to the freeway but still fairly quiet. The staff was very helpful. It's also a short drive to DFW airport.

Customer service was awesome. I woke up late and didnt get breakfast but they were very nice and didnt rush me with 3 kids out. Didnt charge extra either. Wish we could've grabbed breakfast. Rooms are very clean and nice hotel over all. Hot water did suck for a hotel (I look forward to the extra long hot showers when traveling). The beds were horrible and need upgrading badly!!

We needed a place to spend the night to break up our long road trip. The staff was freindly. The bed was extremely comfortable especially after being on the road for such a long time. The breakfast was grab and go which was perfect since we needed to get back on the road. Easy access to highways. I would definitely stay again and recommend this to anyone. Priced right.

The hotel was ok. Nothing for breakfast, very limited on drinks and snacks for purchase. The attendant checking me in was more concerned about texting on her phone than concentrating on checking me in. The noise level from the highway was extremely loud. I wouldn't stay here again too high priced for the room and very few amenities. They misrepresented their amenities. And instead of putting a hold on the $50 deposit they actually charged my card. And it hasn't been refunded yet.

I'm rating our stay low due to our experience at this hotel. If you decide to stay here, do not stay in Room 204. You will hear all the noise from upstairs unit and all the snoring from the room next door where the bed is.

Hotel was very clean and seemed to be in a safe location. Very little highway noise. Next to Jack in the Box and Chapps Burgers, as well as several other food options. They didn't have a full breakfast but I don't usually eat breakfast so that wasn't a big deal for me. I would probably stay again if I was in the area.

This hotel is comfortable, clean, has the amenities you expect and an outstanding friendly, helpful staff. We would choose this hotel over a 5-star type facility simply because of the staff. We've stayed here before and will again, they never fail to exceed expectations.

We were in the Dallas - Fort Worth area for a business trip and vacation. I choose the BW Plus Arlington North as it was central to both cities and the surrounding areas. The hotel is super clean and looks to have been recently renovated. Beds were comfortable, rooms were nice sized. Wi-fi was great. It was fairly close to one of the major highways but the rooms were reasonably quiet. There is a large pool in back which I'm sorry we didn't use. We would definitely stay here again.

I booked this hotel because all major hotel booking sites said that it had a free airport shuttle. This is not the case. It cost me an extra $46 for transportation. Had I known I would have never booked this hotel. If you have your own transportation the hotel itself is not a bad place to stay, just beware if you're planning on using it as an airport layover hotel.

I felt like a princess! Relaxing spa experience with the in room jacuzzi fancy face mask and bath soak. I would stay every night if I could. And for all the extras it was very reasonably priced. The best value I could find for Arlington.

This property is excellent friendly and extremely clean. We will definitely return to this same property. I give it an A+ The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming after a long drive. The location is great for any of several sporting events. The lobby is beautiful and extremely clean. Our room was immaculate and the entire property appears brand new.

We were expecting the hotel to be fine, given the Best Western brand, but it exceeded all our expectations, especially given the lack of service hotels have turned to due to effects of the Pandemic. The room was comfortable and clean, and serviced daily, a huge surprise. The staff was exceptional and very willing to help with any problem -- whether it was related to the hotel or not. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone -- families or business travelers.

I love best western and try to stay there every time my family and I go somewhere. They are always clean and the front desk has always been very polite. I just didn't like the tiny pillows they gave us for the bed.

This hotel was great and especially great for the price. Clean, the beds were comfy, and the jet tub was nice. Pro tip on the pillows: they get a little bigger if you untuck them! They were still a little on the smaller side, but comfortable.

This hotel looks like a new one. Everything worked in the room and it was very clean. The breakfast area was closed due to COVID-19 restrictions. However, there is a Grab and Go breakfast that consisted of a tangerine, yogurt, and cereal bars. The internet worked fine without any problems. I do agree that the hotel is easily accessible from the TX-360 Frontage Road. I stayed in room 212 which is directly on the side of the highway. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to request a room in the back of the property. The road is very loud. The staff that interacted with me were very kind and professional. I will return to this hotel.

Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel appears to be relatively new. Access was easy also. It's not very large so neither is the parking lot. Would not be very easy to park if pulling a trailer. Due to covid restrictions the breakfast area was closed.

Everything about the room was perfect, except one tiny thing... The room was great, the bed was covered in clean linens. The bathroom was spotless with plenty of towels and toiletries. In fact the room looked exactly as it does in the management photos. My only concern was the gap in the door. This is the room door (one at night, one in the morning). You could actually see the carpet in the hallway and hear conversations. No, we didn't notify the hotel, as we didn't pay attention until we got up for the midnight potty break. By then, it was too late, we were settled, so there wasn't any point. Otherwise, hospitality was on point and the grab & go breakfast was fuller than expected. (Twin pack of banana nut muffins, Almond bar, Yoplait yogurt, Orange, bottle of water, and a spoon).

I travel frequently and cannot remember staying at a better run and cleaner hotel than this BW. Great team, and great service! For those reading this familiar with 5s systems, this hotel ranks a strong 5! Another benefit this hotel is close to many attractions. I will be back!

I travel for business, so I have had the opportunity of staying at different hotel brands and properties all over the US. Of course, due to my travel, I achieve status levels quickly. Recently, I had to stay locally at a hotel with my family due to an A/C failure in our home. I utilized my accumulated points and we stayed at several different brands. Those brands, Best Western of course, Marriott, and Hilton. We actually stayed at two different Best Western properties. Out of all the other hotels, we had the best experience at your Best Western Property! The hotel was absolutely SPOTLESS!! The room was very clean, comfortable, and the AC unit worked better than brand new!! Most important, the customer service we received from all of the staff members we interacted with, was excellent! Smiles, friendly voices, and very helpful. Their mood and friendliness was a direct reflection of how they are treated as employees. One staff member in specific went above and beyond. She was wonderful! She was so nice, helpful, and friendly. Of all the years my family and I have been traveling, she did something that no other hotel employee has done. She spoke to my youngest son directly, smiled, and asked if he would like a snack. She gave him a free snack of his choice. I was completely caught off guard, totally unexpected! THAT is what true customer service and first impressions are all about. It's the little things, a smile, acknowledgment of the last person waiting in line at the front desk, that don't necessarily cost anything that mean the most. The little things that make the biggest impact. We will never forget our experience at your Best Western

Nice clean room, friendly staff. Nice size pool but unfortunately it was not open. The pool was one of the main reasons for picking the hotel. Wish they would have told us the pool was closed during booking our reservation.

I have stayed at Best Western Plus Arlington North Hotel several times. It is perfectly located for everything you want to do in the DFW area. We had short drives to downtown Dallas and Ft. Worth, as well as visiting Arlington, Irving, Mansfield and others. The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable.

It's always great staying here the people who work here on the property are always nice, rooms are very clean, breakfast is great, exercise room is good, always nice to come back, we've like staying here every time were in Arlington

Good breakfast. Friendly Staff. I had a room with two queen beds. I expected the room to be cramped since it had these two beds. The room was larger than I expected and nothing was cramped. It even had a sofa. Very fair and reasonably prices.

My family and I definitely had a great experience at this location. It was our first time in Arlington, Tx as well as this hotel. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was great and the smell of the rooms omg such a great smell! I love the renovations they are doing. The rooms were really beautiful. I would definitely recommend.

Room was not only clean but spacious. Little disappointed with lack of selection in tv channels but not a deal breaker. Little Highway noise but nothing to keep me awake. Staff always helpful, courteous with a smile. I would stay here again.

Stayed one night on a business trip. There is nothing really wrong with this hotel, but the experience was average. They are in the middle of a renovation, so I am only judging the property on the renovated portions. My room was one that has been renovated. It looked nice and the bed itself was very comfortable. However, I have two major complaints with the bedroom. 1) The pillows are the size of throw pillows. The bed is a king size bed, but I was given 4 throw pillow size pillows. This was kind of annoying and was not comfortable. I will post a picture. 2) The air conditioner blows directly across the bed. There are no louvers or vents I can use to redirect the air. Your only choice is to have cold air blowing across you all night long. Breakfast was about what you would expect at a Best Western or a Hampton Inn. Not great, but nothing wrong with it. Similar to other reviews, the front desk staff was not great. No real issues, they were friendly enough, but they were low energy people and had headphones in every time I came by. If I wanted something, they were quick to remove their headphones and take care of me, but that did put a little bit of resistance on whether or not I wanted to bother them. Overall, these things are why I list the hotel as "Average". I would stay here again. NOTE: The hotel is right on the highway. There is occasional noise (mostly when motorcycles tear by). This hotel is not "noisy", but you should be aware of this if this is something that bothers you.

Ok hotel but if you need a room with walk in shower keep checking to see they didn't give it to someone else. Food ok get the waffles with strawberries and whip cream. Stay away from the fake sausage links and gravy.

This hotel building is different from most. Guest hallways are bright with skylights. Very well maintained and probably ten years old. Staff members were well-trained, courteous and gave quality customer service. Complimentary breakfast was above-average with additional options. My room faced the highway, but it was spacious and quiet. Highly recommended for business travelers!

Alexia, "not sure if that's how to spell her name" was amazing she was very sweet completely understanding and amazingly helpful and funny. She answered every question with a smile explain to is about the area.

It was not a smooth check in at Best Western Plus Arlington TX, i was called out of my room while getting ready for bed, to be called a "criminal" because someone screwed up and put a different name on the room i paid $112 per night on. The "Jacuzzi" is a small bathtub with jets in the shower. Different from what i asked for and seen online

This was one of the cleanest BW's we have ever stayed in! The people at the front desk were extremely helpful and accommodating! We even were pulling a trailer and they had a small lot , beside their lot was a locked gate , we asked if we could possibly put our trailer in there and they were happy to give us the combination to be able to do so. The breakfast was ok. Would like to have had Almond milk available. The only 2 negative things I can say about this place was the products in the bathroom are all Citrus & I am allergic. I wish they offered an alternative for those of us who are. And we were there for 4 nights for a truck show and every morning housekeeping was knocking on the door by 9 asking if we needed service, there was a language barrier, I don't speak Spanish . The only day this was a real issue was on Saturday morning I wasn't feeling well and it was our only day to sleep in a little, i was in the bathroom and they let themselves in our room , I told them to come back about 11.. between that time they came back 3 more times. I couldn't get them to understand we would be headed out about 11 o'clock and they could come back then. It became very frustrating ! And also the refrigerator didn't stay cold enough to keep my sweet tea from spoiling.. but overall this was a clean , nice place to stay! Would stay again!

The overall looks of the hotel is very luxury and beautiful. Breakfast is amazing. Very comfortable and enjoyable. As you come in, the reception area is very beautiful. The staff will always greet you and are very friendly. Rooms are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and bed is confortable.

A+++ I have stay at this location for 10 days last summer July 2018 was a great experience. I have stay at other best westerns I feel this is the best. I could stay at other hotels but this one has not disappointed.

Was impressed with cleanliness of hotel. Room was clean. Next morning, room service was cleaning a room down the hall and they actually had furniture moved and were cleaning behind it. Breakfast staff constantly cleaning and refilling during breakfast hours lobby staff friendly with fresh coffee at 'll hours pill clean and refreshing on 102 degree day. Will definitely stay here again

Oh my goodness, how I love this place! The rooms are clean, the entire place smells clean. EVERYONE takes pride in their work, EVERYONE is professional and nice. I stay at this location at least 20 times per year. I place all of my employees here. It's safe, convenient to EVERYTHING. 6 flags- right down the street. Cowboys game- right down the street. Rangers game- right down the street. Horse Races- right down the street. If you are looking for a hotel- this is the place you want to be at...swimming pool, fitness center, great breakfasts, COLD A/C!!! Beds are comfortable, too! Everyone is wonderful!

Room was nice--clean and cool when we arrived (it was a hot TX summer day) Staff was friendly on check in. Breakfast ended at 9:30am. We did not arrive until 9:15 and many things were already empty. I thought they would come to replenish but never did. There was no waffle batter, no eggs, one tray of bread and bagels were there but other tray was empty--i assume it would have been muffins or pastries. At 9:30 BAM! 2 females show up and start packing up all the breakfast stuff and by 9:33 everything is shut down and room is empty. Seems like breakfast really ends about 9am. When checking in requested a late check-out (normal is 11am) and we were told we could have until noon. At 11am the next morning (we DID have the Do NOT Disturb out) the maid knocks on the door so I answer and tell her we have late check out and she says okay and walks away. About 5 minutes later the phone in the room rings and it is the front desk telling us check out was at 11am. We also told them we had late check out and they also said okay. Seems like there should be better communication on this.

The check-in process was very good. The room was large with a microwave and refrigerator. Our room was on the highway side and it was very noisy so ask for a room on the other side. The refrigerator was also very loud so I didn't get the best night's sleep. The breakfast selection was very good.

This hotel is clean, with large rooms, well appointed, and fine amenities. However, as great as the accommodations are, the staff far surpass that. The staff, including the manager were friendly, eager to please the guest, and accommodated our needs, including the transportation issue we raised with their shuttle service. We will stay here again when we next visit the area.

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. It really is a nice hotel and has good amenities. We will be back and stay again. Love the jacuzzi room!! Hotel is very clean and staff is helpful. The location is close to Six Flags and several other places to have fun.

This hotel needs to hire desk clerks that want to be employed willingly and happily instead of people like Alexus the check in clerk acting like I was bothering because I wanted to check in. From the get go I had to ask her to smile and she didn't even want to do that ! Not sure how long she had been employed there.

The hotel was right off the highway, which was super helpful for us getting back and forth to the Verizon theater for our 3 day conference. It was clean, quiet, comfortable bed, and good breakfast. Would stay again.

I have had at least 20 stays at Best Western Plus Hotels in the last 12 months in many different states. Best Western has always been a fair priced place to stay but they have really upped their game. Nice friendly staff, good breakfasts, clean rooms, and nice looking inviting properties. Try it, you will like it.

this hotel is very nice, very clean, but the towels will ripe your skin off very rough. It is about 8 mins from the Rangers which was great after the game. Breakfast was good, love those Texas waffles !

Only stayed one night. A bit loud of traffic our room was facing the Hwy. Of course, Best Western has the most comfortable beds so that was nice. Hotel staff was friendly and breakfast in the morning was very good with several selections. There is an outdoor pool which looked well maintained, but we didn't get a chance to try it.

This Best Western is in a great location with easy on and easy off highway access. The hotel was very clean with nice decor. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was comparable to other Best Western hotels. My favorite was the Texas shaped waffles. The only downside of this hotel is that the pool is outdoors rather than indoors.

We stayed one night on business. Our room was spacious and very clean. Amenities in the bathroom were outstanding and lots of channels on the TV which included HBO. The outdoor pool was clean and the appropriate temperature for the hot weather. With all of that said, what we enjoyed the most was the AMAZING breakfast. So many options to choose from and delicious and fresh. Waffles, make your own breakfast burritos with eggs, potatoes, cheese, picante sauce, several oatmeal's, cereals, juices, bagels and more. If you are visiting for Six Flags this hotel is not far from there. Lastly, we ate dinner at Chapps Burger next door and it was delicious. When we return to this area this will be our “go to” hotel. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the motel and friendliness of the staff. It is a great place to stay. We will stay again if need be. Everything was in order and everyone was very helpful.

We were searching for something close to all the action in Arlington, but everything was so expensive. We were very pleasantly surprised to find this Best Western Plus. It is a very nice hotel and very reasonably priced. The biggest bonus is the hotel is within minutes of Six Flags over Texas, Hurricane Harbor, the Ballpark in Arlington and Cowboy Stadium. The room was spacious and the bed and bath linens are good quality. The hotel is very clean, has a friendly staff, nice pool, and a great breakfast with the standard Texas waffles, a varied hot entree each morning, quality fresh fruit and yogurt, along with the other standard fare. Vending machines have Coke products. The hotel does sit on a major highway, so there is some road noise, but we travel with a fan for sleeping, so the noise wasn't a problem for us during the night. We would definitely stay here again.

I was in Grand Prairie for business and was in a different hotel across the highway from Best Western. One week turned into several and the other hotel didn't have any rooms so I went to the Best Western and spent several nights there after. Rooms are nicer, bigger, more comfortable, and some rooms have a jetted tub and that is oh so nice after a long day at work. The staff is all amazing and look forward to my next stay

We stayed here overnight for a Ranger game but did want the advantage of the whirlpool tub. It was great! So clean and stylish and everything worked just as it should. The tub was roomy and had a TV overhead. We were near the highway, but it wasn't noisy at all. The staff did everything quickly and we spent minimal time checking in/out. I've already referred other people and we will stay again!

Excellent, smaller hotel. Very modern and clean. Helpful staff, a great breakfast with a huge variety of foods. I did unplug the small room fridge due to the fridge noise and there was a bit of road noise but that can't be changed because the location is convenient and near a freeway. It was a great place to stop while travelling from Dallas Love Field to Fort Worth late at night. We didn't want to drive the full hour from the airport so late so stayed here. We'd stay again. Good price. Very nice.

This hotel was very nice for the price. Most hotels in this area are overpriced in my opinion. Some of their rooms have Jacuzzi jets in their bathtubs which is nice after a long drive. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. One piece of advice is try and get a room on the top floor because I have stayed here twice and the first time there was someone walking constantly in the room above us and we could definitely hear it. The next time I went I got a room on the top floor and it worked out much better.

We received great service and I would recommend this hotel to any individual. Including teams/groups traveling in the Dallas area. Clean, friendly, prompt service, great meeting space and close proximity to other restaurants and/or areas.

I have been so impressed with all the Best Western Plus hotels we've stayed in and this location is no exception. Such a nice hotel in a great location. I was so impressed by the cleanliness of every part of the hotel and the pictures of local attractions was a nice touch. We will definitely stay here again if we're in the area!

We are a military family traveling to see family before heading overseas, we decided to stay at a best western and saw that they had a membership we decided to get the membership and were told if we stay at a best western 2 nights we get one free well we have stayed at 2 and now 4 best western with the 3rd one saying we couldn't get it free because we did not book online before checking in, the past 2 receptionists at the other 2 best westerns did not mention this at all, get to the fourth one after booking and then we are told oh no you have to wait for a voucher which takes 6 to 8 weeks but during that time the promotion expires, needless to say this will pro a ly be the last time we stay at a best western, no where on the advertising does it say that we have to book online or that we would need a voucher that would take longer to get to us that the actual promotion lasts. Complete scam

You will sleep well. Location is in the middle of DFW and is modern. DFW airport shuttle. Alot of pilots and stewardesses stsy here. They know whats good. Best stay for the money. The breakfast could be better. Add bacon.

We visited Grand Prairie to attend a Mariachi Competition in the area. Everyone was friendly. We especially enjoyed the great breakfast. Lucia and Maria did a fantastic job both days we were there. :)

Wow! So much food! So many options. Very clean and the workers, Lucia and Maria- simply hospitable and so helpful! Such a wonderful and delicious breakfast. Gluten-free items and the variety accommodates every diet and eating habit! Thank you for such a place! Well done!

Everything was wonderful! To a very clean room, very comfortable beds, great breakfast and friendly and helpful staff! Would recommend this place to anyone! It was also so very quiet which I was surprised because I knew a lot of young ones were staying there with us, but it was super quiet I never heard anyone even next door to us!

I arrived late after the local state football playoffs, and found the staff friendly and attentive! The property is clean and the rooms well taken care of. The breakfast nook was also clean and the food hot and adequate. The surrounding area is rough, so stay in after dark...and the owner was hogging the covered parking and talking extremely loudly on the phone in the lobby for over an hour...but assuming that's not a regular occurrence...I'd stay here again!

Phyllis and Lucci did a great job with breakfast. All staff was friendly and welcoming. Will stay again when visiting the area for Texas Rangers or Dallas Cowboy games. Being right on 360 very convenient.

This hotel is the spot if you are looking to do anything in Arlington, it is a 5 minute drive to any of the big attractions. There are tons of great restaurants close by for dinner too. The hotel staff was so nice and helpful and the rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet is also one of the best that I have seen included with a stay at the hotel. I would definitely stay here again when I visit this part of Texas.

My family came into town for my graduation and I booked this hotel for its convenient location and military rates. This place is great. We were lucky enough to be able to check in early and the room was very inviting. The breakfast area the next day was so appealing. It was so clean! Maria and Lucia were very pleasant and accommodating. They greeted us, were ensuring the area was clean and were readily available when I needed more milk. Wonderful staff all around!

The hotel itself is fine, just small. the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The bed was super hard and the pillows are toddler sized. I was literally up all night because of the uncomfortable bed and noise from traffic. I guess I should have thought about that before booking since this hotel is right off the highway. I tried sleeping on the couch, because it was more comfy, but it was too small. Didn't stick around for breakfast since there is a cracked barrel not too far away.

Stayed at the Best Western Plus Arlington North from 10/11-10/15 to attend a Cowboys game and was extremely satisfied with the service provided by the motel and the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Highly recommended if you're ever in the area

The hotel was clean and felt nice. The lobby has a cool waterfall display board and th3 staff were friendly. The shuttle that is offered is an amazing amenity! Decently priced, it's cheaper than taking an Uber and super convenient. Only complaint is the bed was a little hard.

Traveled here for the Cowboys/Lions game so we only stayed two nights. Hotel is very clean, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms are great, with very comfortable beds/pillows. We stayed during a busy time and it was still quiet considering they were sold out. Lots of places to eat, shop at and gas stations nearby. Free shuttle to/from airport was a plus. Will definitely stay here again.

the hotel was very nice and clean . The staff was very nice. We went to a baseball game and they took us over to the game but you have to get a cab to get back. We didn't mind because we didn't want to drive in the traffic . Teboni was working at the front desk and drove us. She was EXSTREAMLY nice and friendly we all loved talking to her . the stay was very enjoyable. I would love to go again.

First off I am a BW corp employee, so it takes a lot for me to go outside of the brand and leave a review because being in the industry, I have high expectations. This property was by far the best I have stayed at. From the staff greeting me in the hall ways to the front desk always having a smile and willing to help, to the great breakfast, to the details in the room and goodness how clean it was. You can tell this property truly cares about their guests. We will be back for sure and this is now our place to stay when in town. Good thing too because we have a membership at a local attraction. Thank you for going above and beyond for your guests, it really does show!

Very clean, very quiet and peaceful with an awesome staff. Had a fabulous breakfast with so many options. We rode the shuttle to six flags and Ebony picked us up very quick, was great not having to drive or look for parking and dropped off very close to the entrance. Beds were amazing, not too hard or too soft and our room was ice cold during this high heat! Parking lot was well lit with cameras for vehicles. Definitely will choose this hotel every time we come back to the area for sure!

Literally the only complaint would be the low-flow shower but all-in-all one of the best stays I have had at a hotel. Conveniently located between Dallas and Fort Worth and surrounded by good places to eat (see my TripAdvisor reviews of Mariano's Hacienda and Chapps Burgers). Everything was extremely clean; the breakfast was fresh and tasty; the staff was attentive and helpful. This hotel is only one exit from Six Flags. The price was agreeable. I could go on and on, but I won't--just stay here next time you need a nice stay in the D/FW area.

My family and I chose to stay here for a one night stay during a three day pass before an over seas deployment. Check-in was simple but took longer than average time. We received a room on the third floor right at the elevator which was fine. My children thoroughly enjoyed the pool for a couple hours. The room was long and narrow with more than enough space. Without the air conditioner running this room does have a very musty smell. We appreciate the eco-friendly shampoo/conditioner/shower gel dispensers. Breakfast is held in the ground floor in a nearly too small dining area. The food was enjoyable for the various dietary needs of my family. This is one of the smallest hotels in which I have ever stayed. All common areas feel extremely compact, especially the elevator. I found myself taking the stairs to avoid the tiny confinement. Overall, we enjoyed our limited time here. I would stay at this location again if for a lower price than what we paid this trip. Otherwise, I will be going back to another hotel less than five miles away.

We got this hotel to attend the Eagles/Chris Stapleton concert at the AT&T Stadium. This hotel was very new - clean and super friendly service. The front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable and cared about their guests. They even asked us if we enjoyed the concert. Room was super clean and had a great bed and pillows. Really good coffee with French vanilla creamers! The breakfast looked good but since we were on vacation, we missed it sleeping in! We would definitely book here again! Easy freeway access too!

I have stayed at this hotel for business 3 times, and I will stay here again next time I'm in the area. I've never had a bad experience. The front desk staff are always helpful and make sure I get in the right room. The breakfast staff is great. The food is always warm, and replenished. I met Lucy this last trip, and she was great in the breakfast area. I noticed that the staff was on top of things and opened up another eating area when more people showed up for breakfast. This hotel rates high in service! Thank you!

The room was nice. That is the only thing that gives this hotel a rating of 2. However, everything else about this hotel is forgettable. When I checked in, I drove around the entire tiny parking lot, and found only one spot left--and even it was not much of a spot with cars on both sides overparking into my space at least 10 inches. Somehow, I was lucky enough to maneuver my small Toyota into the partial spot with only about 3 inches on each side to spare. When I complained about the problem to the check-in clerk, he simply laughed and said that I was lucky to get that much space. He seemed neither worried nor sympathetic about the lack of parking that they advertise and guarantee to guests. Worse, the next morning, the same clerk refused to print out my folio, stating that the price I paid was different than what the hotel received and so it was "secret" information. As a platinum member of Best Western, I've stayed in many of them and I've never been restricted from getting a printed folio nor have been given such a lame excuse. I strongly suggest that you stay away from this unprofessional place with the irritating night check-in clerk. You'll feel more welcome in a city park.

Stayed here for the 2nd part of Mother/Son trip. You enter the lobby on the 2nd floor. I mistakenly asked to stay on the 3rd floor, thinking it was the top floor. The 4th floor is top floor. Since it was my mistake I didn't ask for a change. I was in room 321 and I lucked out that my neighbors to the left, right, & top were relatively quite. The room is very nice, clean, & spacious. We had two beds and a pullout sofa. So you could easily fit 6 adults in there. Bathroom time may be an issue if you do that, but just send some to bathroom near breakfast space for #2 or whenever in use. ?? No view, as it is on backside of hotel. The view in the front is the highway. The breakfast was nice. I had the waffles, sausage, bagels with cream cheese, and coffee all of which were good. There are a lot of other food offered, I just didn't eat those, so I can't comment. The only negative is that the doors slam shut. That is very annoying especially at the busy times in the morning (from 6am-8am) during the week when it seems a lot of people leave. I suggest bring earplugs. I would stay here again. It is a short drive to Dallas and surrounding areas. It will save you money.

Stayed three nights during memorial weekend. The hotel felt very safe and clean. The room was a decent size and the bed was comfortable. We had a king sized bed. However, the bathroom had a strong odor to it even after it was cleaned. The shower was a good size but the water pressure was not nearly strong enough. The walls were extremely thin and we could hear everything the people upstairs were doing and it kept us up most of the night. The breakfast offered at the hotel was great the first day and had omelettes and waffles. The second and third day was mediocre with small breakfast burritos you could create the second stay, and eggs and slices of ham the third. They do have an option for a waffle machine, packaged muffins, make your own oatmeal, and cereals. We really Enjoyed spending free time in the hotel pool. It was very clean, but only goes to 5 ft and is very small so if there is more than one or two groups of people outside it will be crowded. Overall, we felt very safe and comfortable at this hotel and would stay again as everything we had an issue with was minor.

We've stayed at this facility several times over the past few years, and have always been treated very well. We did have a bit of a problem with the reservation this time, even though we had made the reservation over a month in advance. Because of my wife's handicaps, we must have - and were assured of - a room with a roll-in shower, and the reservation was for 8 nights. However, when we got there, we were told that the only such room at Arlington North was not available for our entire stay! Someone else had reserved it for the last 4 nights of our stay. (Don't know how much in advance they made their reservation.) The man at the desk (whose name I didn't write down) tried to reach the other guest, to see if they really needed the roll-in shower, but was unable to that evening. So, he placed us in the room for the first 4 nights, and would try to reach the other guest the next day. As it turned out, that employee wasn't there again for our entire stay. However, when the 4 nights were about to expire, I talked to the two ladies on duty, Teboni and Tania, and they pitched right in to help us. They were finally able to reach the other guest, and found out that they were not interested in the roll-in shower, but only the two queen-sized beds, and they accommodated them in another room! Problem solved, thanks to 2 diligent ladies at the front desk!! Thanks, Teboni and Tania!

We have stayed at this location several times and it has always been clean, comfortable, and quiet. It's close enough to the airport, yet far enough away that you don't feel like the planes are landing on the roof. There are several restaurants nearby, and Six Flags is just a little ways away. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Was inconvenienced by being charged twice in my card. Received an overdraft and did not have available funds the remaining of my stay. Very disappointed. Was told by the front desk clerk that she reversed the charges. Contacted my bank and refund was not done. Contacted the hotel again and refund was not issued so the rep had to issue the refund. Spoke with the manager, he stated that he would check to make sure everything was done but still have not heard a word.

This hotel in proximity to DFW has nicely made rooms (a little bit dark though) with a lot of space, offers a breakfast room with typical American breakfast items. What we cannot understand is the following: We were asking for a room which is not out on the noisy road and got the answer that ALL rooms go out on the roadside. A brief view of the floorplan shows that this is just not correct and one has to wonder why reception personnel is saying blunt nonsense in this respect being otherwise friendly and welcoming??

It was an ok location if you use their shuttle, rent a car, or Uber. Not too far from restaurants if weather is good. We were stuck with not many choices due to ice and snow. Couldn't drive and no shuttle.

Clean room and good breakfast. Water temperature in shower was barely warm!! Thin walls or some noisy guest! Friendly staff, except for the check out clerk. She never smiled or even asked about our stay.

Perfect for what we needed. We were just in town for the Cotton Bowl. They got us checked in quickly so we could drop our stuff and meet our Uber driver. Great location to the stadium and highway. Would absolutely stay again when in town.

I stayed Dec 26th to 30th. The room was very clean and comfortable. House keeping was in daily while I was out and did a great job every time! Very comfortable bed, microwave and fridge, good channel choices,very good wifi connectivity. Breakfast had good selection: freshly made Belgian waffles, eggs (cooked differently each day), bacon, ham, oatmeal, cold cereals, toast, english muffi s, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, and a few other choices. Well attended by staff and clean pleasant breakfast area. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. Good place for a comfortable stay with family or alone.

Travel for Christmas with family. Convenient to interstate 20, nice fairly modern hotel, decent breakfast , nice staff, very handy to shopping and travel on West Side of Dallas. I stay in hotels about 4 nights a week on business and I rate this one at about a 7.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I never noticed it before but I will be staying here more. It's location is perfect!! The décor is awesome and the staff is very hospitable and accommodating!! Thank you!

The stay at this hotel was amazing. We stayed with a group of friends and we were all satfied with our stay and the staff. The rooms were nice and cleaned. The outside and inside of the hotel is very well maintained and up to date.

Great clean room and hotel. Parking was difficult but overall good Would recommend for travels stay. Love the lotion and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom. Was a little much with the breakfast and lobby not being on same floor.

The hotel is close to ATT, Six Flags, and ranger stadium. We were down for the Big 12 Championship at the ATT stadium. My grandsons were a little disappointed w no indoor pool, but our room was very nice and had a pull out out of the couch so both boys had their own bed. The breakfast was well displayed. The location is right off 360 and easy to get off and get on. I would stay here again and would recommend BW North for your stay.

Very Clean; Breakfast that was included was adequate; Staff was just FANTASTIC, VERY accommodating & extremely friendly and helpful Shuttle service VERY helpful in getting around the area and knowledgeable of the area, as a good tour guide would have been. Great overall experience. . Would stay there again when in the area!

This hotel was great. The staff was very polite and helpful. The beds where a little hard for my taste but NOT horrible. We did not try the breakfast bar but it was available there. The room was clean and the people where very friendly and helpful. I recommend if you're going to visit six flags use the shuttle it helps and will save you some money, They do charge $15. To take the shuttle but it cost $25. To park at Six Flags SO TAKE THE SHUTTLE ??

My family, 4 adults and 5 children stayed for 3 nights. We visited AT&T stadium for Cowboys/Eagles, Fort Worth Stockyards and Magnolia Farms Silos...The Hotel and Staff were Amazing! Clean/Cozy/Perfect

Excellent stay, friendly and considerate front desk staff, can't speak for the cleaning crew ladies, but hey, perhaps that is why they are working in the area they work at and not at the front desk or elsewhere. If you're not faithful in the little, can't expect greater things. Overall excellent hotel though, and highly recommend, again, great stay and very courteous, efficient and friendly front desk staff that give orders according to the customers needs. Thanks BW!

Enjoyed my stay. The free breakfast was nice and well stocked/prepared. The hotel decor was nicely updated and my jacuzzi tub was thourougly enjoyed. The location was great... EZ access to the freeway and close to plenty of restaurants. I highly recommend!

This hotel is quite well kept up and in a good location. The breakfast is good, rooms are clean and staff are are quite nice. I have stayed at this hotel two times in three years and it has been in the same good condition both inside and out. However, due to the football game, which we were attending, they jack the price for the quality of this hotel. Good stay with no problems, just taking advantage of the football game.

This Best Western Plus is one of the cleanest I've visited. My room air conditioner worked very well and I was very comfortable. There was no ice/ vending on my floor, but that was not big deal. To describe the hotel in one word - COZY

the internet and phones were down during my stay, the night crew was lazy, my toilet didnt flush, there was hair in the bathtub when I arrived. The water and shower pressure were less than desirable. It was super loud in the hotel with all the slamming doors and hotel housekeeping started at 7:30am, vacuuming in the hallways.

The rooms are so nice. Well decorate, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was the best I have had at a free breakfast hotel. It had the usual waffles but also hot food (eggs, bacon, torillas, salsa). It also had a yogurt machine so you can just get the amount you want and then add strawberries, cranberries, chocolate chips, nuts, etc. Staff was not friendly but other than that... Nice Stay!

We werr visiting Dallas and Ft Worth. This hotel was within 30 mins of everywhere we planned to visit. Staff was very friendly and rooms comfortable and clean. The AC was awesome. Definitely planning to come back our next trip.

Overnight trip with family to amusement park. Staff was very helpful and professional. Hotel is close to a few places to eat. Had a quiet nights rest. Breakfast the normal self serve menu. Hotel is clean.

Booked two rooms, one for myself and one for my friend. She paid her room with her own credit card, but the hotel decided to go ahead and charge both rooms to my card again any way. Had to call back a couple of times, still waiting for them to resolve this. If you decide to stay at this place, make sure to watch your credit card statement carefully, and be ready for the hassle of a dispute if something like this happens again.

The front desk personnel were very helpful and considerate. The room was clean & quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the other amenities were nice as well. There is an excellent variety of items available for the continental breakfast, too.

I wasn't disappointed, I normally stay at the DoubleTree however they were booked for the Dallas Cowboys game, but after staying at the Best Western Plus in Arlington I won't be going back.

This location is a grear place to stay. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was varied and very good. Will stay here again. Location is central to Rangers and Cowboys stadiums. Six Flags Over Texas is 5 minutes away.

What a great place. Either new or freshly remodeled . Got a spacious room very comfortable bed. Very quit near elevator but did not hear a thing. The “Free” breakfast had very good coffee and the standard Texas Waffles. Bacon eggs and all the rest. Very clean All in all a great stay with a friendly staff.

the front desk staff barely looked up when I came into the lobby. Anyone could come in and access the guest rooms without being acknowledged or questioned. There was construction at the entrance and the gate at the other end of the parking lot was closed, creating a traffic jam and cars trying to go against the marked flow of traffic to get out of the parking lot.

We decided to take a 3 day get away and pick this Hotel. Best stay ever. Staff and hotel services was quite pleasant. Breakfast was lovely and the hotel is clean and nicely presented. Lobby was intriguingly comfortable.

The staff was friendly. The room was super nice and clean. I like the fact it was in walking distance to local stores and restaurants. The breakfast was good great selections and the sit down area was big enough and super clean.

We were in Dallas to see the Cowboys play the NY Giants on opening night and the hotel selection was sparse due the lateness in our booking. This hotel was close to the stadium, so I booked it, not knowing what to expect. I haven't stayed at a Best Western before, so I was a little anxious about it. But those fears were ill founded. This is a very nice small hotel located just a few miles from Six Flags and the football stadium. It was very clean and very spacious. It had a micowave and an refrigerator and a couch. It was very comfortable. The hotel offered a paid shuttle to the stadium that was right on time and dropped us off just in front of the stadium. I was very pleased with this hotel and will certainly stay there in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room rate was better than many of the surrounding hotels. Best of all, the room was actually nicer than most comparable hotels. Very pleased. This will be my next "go to" hotel if I come to see any Ranger games in the future.

Enjoyed my stay no road noise being on the highway, parking up front was tight but room in back was ample. breakfast bar is very good. Wish the pool was indoors but for being downtown outdoor was fine, needs a hot tub

Staff and housekeeping was wonderful and very nice. We needed an extended stay, due to the hurricane conditions in Houston and they were very accommodating. We will be back for a Cowboys game. This hotel was central to so many locations.

It was a nice hotel, good value and close to many attractions by car. Shuttle to and from airport was very helpful. Shuttle to destinations close by for $15.00 when the shuttle is working. Walking distance to a fast food restaurant but you need a car or Uber to get to anything nice. Close to AT&T Stadium, Texas Rangers Ballpark and Six Flags.

friendly staff & comfortable beds all at a good rate. A bit challenging to get to due to road configurations, but worth it. Good breakfast choices that include protein, not just carbs. High speed internet was easy to use and dependable.

Excellent location, room, staff, and breakfast. Only negative is that they now charge for the short shuttle ride to six flags. Two years ago the shuttle was free. The shuttle to the airport is free and it is further away than six flags.

The Best Western Arlington was a pleasure to stay at the Best Western-Arlington. The staff really act like they are in the hospitality industry which was refreshing. I had a great room extremely comfortable. Staff was excellent

You can find better beds, better insulated rooms, more comfortable mattresses elsewhere I believe. Going on in closer to Arlington is probably a better bet. It's certainly not bad and the breakfast looked decent. It's just that if you are on the 2nd or 3rd floor in particular, the walls are super thin and you hear everything above, below and next to you.

Stayed 2 nights while visiting sixflags and hurricane harber. Very clean and friendly place to stay. Good breakfast nothing fancy but adequate for us. Close to activities and we would return if back in the area.

Surprised at how nice and new the BWP was during my recent stay. Nice room with new furnishings and attentive and friendly staff. Overall a great stay except that the in-room internet service never worked, although my cell kept me connected. Breakfast was decent and the pool looked clean - even though I didnt have the chance to use it.

The rooms are spacious all the rooms. I did not like the hot food - breakfast. But customer service deserves an 8 only because one staff told me that they had no more towels at the front desk. But another staff member helped me out. Every time I come I will be staying as long as service and the quality of this hotel remains the same if not better. Best Western has always been my favorite hotel to stay at.

Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly to help answer any questions you may have regarding directions or places of interest. Easy access off freeway. Offered a good breakfast. For other meals several food establishments close by.

This was a great location to be able to visit AT & T Stadium. The hotel was very nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely keep this hotel on our list if we are able to get back for an actual Cowboys game!!

My daughter and friend had only great things to say about this hotel. Would definitely stay again. Great service and breakfast. Maybe housekeeping can come by later in the morning - came at 8:00 am. too early.

Nice and clean, pretty spacious room, we had king size room on 4th floor, had vaulted ceilings, and a sofabed. The breakfast was real nice, hot items like eggs and bacon or sausage changed everyday, they had cereal, fruit, pastry, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal and toppings, coffee and juice. Very pleased with stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Very enjoyable stay. Personal very top notch. I'm a retired RN, so unless it's been sterilized, I Lysol everything. However, the cleanest hotel room I've been in quite some time. I would surly stay here again.

It is fairly close to Six Flags. Being off the frontage road, you can't easily access the nearby restaurants by car. The neighborhood is ok. The pool closes at 10. You can't even go sit around by it. The staff was friendly but not very helpful. We asked several for several recommendations (ie restaurants, stores) and they both responded with "not sure." Breakfast was decent. The rooms were huge and clean. Beds/pillows were very comfortable Overall, I would probably look for a different property with a similar price point.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Breakfast was great, a nice variety. Pool is rather small so if it's busy there isn't much room. Our only complaint is having noisy people on the floor above us, made it very difficult to get sleep.

It's a nice looking place, but nosy as can be. Being off highway was helpful whats so ever. It was not a good first night for us. Guy next door from us was yelling to the top of his lungs. Figured by the time we got back in from our events, he would be calmer. Wrong we were and I am sure he is a good dad not bad, and a good provider to his kids yes. But that night he was an upset guy venting with whoever would answer his call. We could hear whoever was up to us he was not stumping it was floors they were really lose. We could hear ourselves walk through out pur room. Breakfast was great, staff was as well.

Hotel was priced well for location. Convenient to stadiums and Six Flags and centrally located in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Room was outstanding, staff was better still! Definitely a family-friendly hotel but wasn't noisy. I highly recommend!

Stayed 1 night , I had to be at the airport early and this hotel was close without being too close. Super nice place upgraded room, Good breakfast , clean quite suite with a comfortable bed. I would stay again.

The room was spacious and there was a couch. However, the hotel was a bit run down. The hallways were warm and had a funky smell. Maid service comes really early and knocked twice in 5 minutes. If you leave the "do not disturb" sign on the door passed 9 am, don't expect service that day.

Had to book a last minute room and had no issue. When we arrived we found that it was a recently renovated hotel that is VERY nice. Close to the Cowboys and Rangers...and just up the street from Six Flags. Plenty of restaurant options and quick access to the highway and airport. Highly recommend.

From the bed to the bathroom to the floors to breakfast room and pool area, every place in this hotel was extremely clean. It smelled wonderful and it was beautiful. This hotel will not disappoint you!

Very clean, up to date and great location. Came with my family for my graduation. Check-in the make staff member could of been more receptive and welcoming, we came in after midnight. Hotel was aware that will be the case. Security was there and you must have a key to badge in after hours or use the intercom for assistance.

When we arrived to check in. There was no greeting given and no thanks you at the end of transaction. We arrived during evening. I called front desk with problem connecting to Wi-fi. The front desk said he had been on for an hour. It must be my computer. No effort was made to assist. The room was small. It seemed stuffed with furniture. Difficult for 3 people to moved around. It was suppose to accommodate up to 6. Floor had grass and paper pieces on floor when we arrived. Had to ask twice before someone came with vacuum. I stayed for 3 days. No greeting from any staff I saw coming in and out past front desk. No greeting from cleaning staff I passed in the halls either. I spoke to them and some reponded with a smile and hello. No one asked about how our stay was going. Friendliness matters to me. I was called on day 2 with Internet help. The breakfast was not BWP level. One main dish, little selection compared to other BWP locations during our trip. Wouldn't recommend or stay again.

I stayed at the BW Plus in Arlington, Texas while visiting friends. The staff was ok, but the breakfast items were subpar for a BW Plus. On my last night, the people above me (cheerleaders) were making a lot of noise. I called the front desk at 10pm. It was still going on at 10:30 and I called the front desk again. I called the front desk desk a third time around 11pm. No change. These girls were practicing their routines all night and the staff did nothing! I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Clean hotel, nice friendly people at check in/check out. Room were nice & clean as was the bathroom. Beds were a little hard for me...could have used a mattress topper in my opinion. But that would not keep me for staying there again. Hotel is close to everything....6 Flags, Ranger Stadium, Cowboy Stadium and other attractions. The Hotel also has a Shuttle. The day I stayed I will complain about the breakfast....it wasn't BAD it just wasn't to my liking....not enough variety on the Hot Breakfast side of things. Over all a nice hotel!

Very nice Best Western! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. You can tell the management team does a great job at keeping up with the cleanliness of the motel. The motel has a swimming pool that's enclosed by a large fence, its clean and a decent size.

The hotel was clean. Rooms were good except pillows too thick and lumpy. Pool looked nice, but too cold to go in. Love the make your own waffles, eggs were so-so. Muffins and danish were prepackaged. There was canadian bacon or sausage and fresh fruit. Breakfast area was used by people as gathering area at night. Our room was 5 doors down, so was loud some evenings.

Tasteful decor, very large rooms, and friendly staff. The location provides great access to major sports venues and the airport. Quiet, clean and inviting hotel. I highly recommend if you are looking for a nice hotel at a modest price!

The customer service was great the restaurant was very clean and the breakfast was awesome great service the ladies Lucy and Maria kept bringing out food and kept the place clean and a lot off food yea love the waffles....

We stayed 2 nights and came to Six Flags for spring break, it was a great hotel. Staff was very friendly, it was very clean inside. The hotel even gave us a courtesy call for an issue with our credit card and they were nice to hold our room for us because we were at six flags at the time and didn't have the card on us. Great customer service! The ladies in the breakfast area were also very nice... they made sure we were all taken care of before they put anything up and if they were out of anything they filled it up quickly. I would definitely recommend this hotel, very comfy and such a great value and location. We enjoyed and will be back!

The hotel was very nice for the price, rooms very clean and orderly. Would recommend if you are visiting Grand Prairie. I will definitely revisit again when I'm in that area. I only wish they had a shuttle to and from the airport, Love Field. I had to pay 60.00 to get a ride to the hotel from the airport:(

My room was always very clean, The breakfast ladies had very very good food it was delicious if i could go back it would be because of they nice kitchen ladies and the food they make, they had a lot of breakfast food and everything was fresh and clean.

This location almost always has two persons at the check in /out counter making it easy to check after a long day on the road. I stay here everytime I come to the DFW area , very close to 6 flags , always friendly and fast .

Free airport shuttle service, continental breakfast and very close to the Dallas Cowboys stadium. The staff are very friendly, the hotel is one of the cleanest that I've stayed in and it smells great.

Stayed here 2 nights with two friends. Room was very nice and very clean. The king bed was very comfy....but suggest only using the sofa bed in an emergency! Room had fridge & microwave which is always helpful. Breakfast was tasty with eggs, meat, make your own waffles and the other usual items of a continental breakfast. Staff kept it replenished and the area clean. Pleasant staff. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Very convenient, superclean, good rate, room was very comfortable and above normal size, breakfast very complete and fresh. great choice for business at a very good rate. We were on business in the Grand Prairie area. so it was 5 minutes from our location. seems to be recently renew for what you see in the facility conditions.

Room was fine and clean. Nice breakfast area, decent food selection, hot and cold. Location was key for me, close to hwy, easy on easy off. You enter the front of the hotel on the second floor. Pool and breakfast are on a lower level. Hotel has elevators. All in all a positive stay.

Stayed at the BWPAN last weekend and was pretty satisfied! Primary purpose was going to the Cowboys game the following day. It did take us two hrs to arrive at the hotel after calling for the shuttle which was pretty restless . But it was a very busy weekend for those guys with the Cowboys game that weekend. The staff is excellent from top to bottom. Thanks Mathew for the advice! The facilities are great. The breakfast is good. Plenty of eateries and stores within walking distance. Stadium isn't far, to which they provided the shuttle service. I will definitely be back to this hotel next year for another gameday weekend. Great stay!

Closely located to the airport and AT&T stadium. We found it clean and comfortable. Only complaint was the airport shuttle was not available until 8am and another member of the party had a 7 am flight. I feel the shuttle should be available by no later than 5 am or clearly stated online that the shuttle hours are very limited. Otherwise great stay.

Great location, value, quality, and service. Parking spaces are VERY limited and there is no pull-through, so BEWARE. I would still recommend this hotel and will not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

The hotel manager went above and beyond his duties ,was so helpful it was unbelievable. The hotel is kept spotless and staff all helpful rooms lovely ,small pool but adequate to relax and cool down after a day out.close to cowboys ,sixflags and inbetween dallas and fort worth.

I was very impressed by the helpfulness and friendliness of staff. This was probably the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in, and though I normally don't pay much attention to decor, I have to say that the appearance of the room was quite charming. It's right off the highway, so you can hear road noise, but that didn't bother me since I'm a heavy sleeper. The breakfast was so-so, but that isn't so important to me.

Stayed here for two weeks in August 2016 visiting from UK. Hotel is in a good spot and easy driving distance of the Six Flags parks, restaurants, grocery stores, petrol stations etc and is within an easy ten minute drive of DFW airport. The road outside the hotel gets very busy around 5.00pm each day which is probably the local rush hour and although we got stuck in traffic a time or two, we never heard any road noise whilst inside the hotel. On arrival at the hotel (after 17 hours travel time) there was ample parking spaces and check in was very quick. The room 322 faced the rear of the hotel, was spacious with two queen beds, a sofa, microwave, coffee maker, tv, hairdryer, wardrobe and safe. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The room was serviced daily if you wished and we always found the housekeeping service very good and the staff friendly. The bathroom facilities were good and the shower was good although if showering on an afternoon it did take a while for the hot water to pull through. Much quicker early morning and late evenings. We had breakfast daily and it was fine. Eggs, cereals, breads, wraps, fruit, yoghurts and pancakes everyday then some form of meat; either sausage, ham or bacon. Couple of mornings the stocks were running low and we did have to find a staff member to replenish milk and things but easy sorted and always with a smile. Generally it was quiet during our stay so not busy at breakfast but there was rooms just off the main breakfast area which were available if necessary. The odd days we couldn't get seated it was due to people taking tables when they had long finished eating and were sitting drink coffee and browsing on phones. Other than check in and check out we didn't have a reason to be at reception but we always got a cheery hello when we passed. We made use of the pool area and although the pool is small, it is clean and there is some loungers available. The wifi worked ok for what we needed. All in all we enjoyed our stay, found the hotel to be in a good spot, is clean and welcoming and we would be happy to recommend it.

I am a Best Western employee in Los Angeles and I stayed here in early April using my employee discount. I can say that this Best Western is an example of what all Best Westerns should be. Staff was very friendly, shuttle service to and from the airport was fast and convenient. Room and grounds are well maintained and clean. The hotel is in between Dallas and Fort Worth so about 20 minute drive away from either one. Fitness room is well equipped with towels and water to drink after a work out. One of the best fitness rooms I've worked out in at best western Hotels. When I stay at Best Western hotels I always ask my self "would I be happy working here" the answer is yes. Why because this hotel is well maintained and a well maintained hotel leads to less complaints to the front desk agents. Less complaints the happier and more efficient the front desk can execute their job. I did over hear the owner or manager telling one of his maintenance employees how he did not receive the directors award based on something that employee could have done. I recommend having those conversations behind closed doors. I'm sure he is a good employee because he dropped what he was doing in order to help me with luggage when I arrived. Its all about customer service, don't base you success on an award base it on the feedback you get from guests.

I went to Arlington to see two friends that I have not seen in 10 years. We are all military brats station in Japan together while in high school and they both live in Texas now, so we had a mini reunion. I checked into this hotel quickly upon arrival and the guest service representative was very nice and friendly. Upon getting to my room it was clean and actually SMELLED clean. The bed was so comfortable that I did not want to get out of bed the next day, very soft. The breakfast in the morning was alright, but I am not going to complain too much about it... they had a pancake maker that was Texas shaped. : ) Check out was quick and smooth the next morning as well.. will definitely stall again.

It would be nice if closets had keys or hasps that customers could attach their own lock to. I recognize that there might be a problem with some people misplacing a key but hasps could be mounted so that they can be removed rather than the lock being sawed off. A small safe is not accommodating for people who have multiple valuable larger items. Just an idea.

Was in Dallas for Cowboys game. The only reason we stayed at this hotel was because I won $300 on a Priceline Instagram contest. With that being said it wasnt a bad hotel but not something I would choose. Staff and check in was very good. The room was a decent size, king size bed, sofa & table with a desk and a microwave and fridge. The only complaint my husband had was the noise level from the highway which is 100 feet away. Choose odd number room not the even because you will hear all the traffic. The breakfast was a very small selection. The waffles are good because you make them yourself. Being from NY the coffee was not good not sure if its because they only had CoffeeMate French Vanilla or Hazelnut cremer. The coffee was way to sweet and I had not even added that much cream. Sorry had to go to Starbuck. There were a few rowdy people Saturday night which I find classless when people are selfish it was 3 a.m. They do offer shuttles but they charge you a fee.

Nice place, nice price. Decorated nicely. A little heavy-handed on the deodorizer and not a fan of that. Very clean, well kept. Nice and friendly staff. Never have been a fan of Best Western's breakfasts and this one was no different. Close to everything in the Grand Prairie/Arlington area with convenient access to freeways. Would recommend!

I am extremely impressed with this location. It is by far the cleanest and luxurious economy property I have ever been to. I have stayed at a lot of hotels but I will be returning to this property again because of such good experiences. We got a whirlpool room for my mom for her 50th birthday. The room and the service exceeded my expectations. The staff were accommodating and professional. My mother loved the room and I was a bit jealous of how nice it was. I will be getting this particular room with the hubby. If you are looking for a nice, clean room with a luxurious feel without breaking the bank, this is the place for you. I wish the pool was open 24hrs, but that was the only issue, that wasn't really an issue.

This definitely is what I call Cooltel. It's interior style has was very refreshing. The use of earth tones and high ceilings angles, give this place a flare. That is calming and refreshing during the daytime, when the natural light makes this place stand out. At night with the lights dimmed is almost lost. The modern rooms definitely make up for that.

Staff at this location was indifferent to the point of bordering on rudeness. Housekeeping was friendlier than the front desk staff. Had a two night reservation, paying for one with points. When I checked in they apparently only noted one night reservation. When we got back from Six Flags, found our keys didn't work. Getting new keys at the front desk, I asked why they didn't have us for the two nights. Desk attendant said he didn't know there were two nights. I said it was on my reservation. He said it was two separate reservations and if I didn't tell him that, "how am I to know?". Being a guest, and not an employee, I have no clue how the reservation system works or how it appears when you pull up a guest reservation on the computer. Being a front desk attendant, I would think they'd know more about that, than I. Front desk attendants very seldom smiled and offered minimal interaction with guests. Probably the LEAST welcoming Best Western I've ever stayed at. In the future, I'll be staying at another hotel, when in that area.

Got stuck at DFW, and AA would not put me up at a hotel. Found this hotel on line and luckily, they had some rooms available. Booked it, they picked me up from DFW with their own shuttle van. Check in was very easy, and painless. Friendly front desk staff, and accommodating. Was very impressed by the size and cleanliness of the room. Complimentary breakfast was included. Although I only spent one night at this hotel, I would definitely come back, and recommend this place. Oh, yeah, they provided shuttle back to DFW.

Clean room. I've had more comfortable beds, but it was not too bad. AC was very cold. Close enough to all the attractions we wanted to attend and much cheaper than the hotels just a mile closer. Good value for the room and location.

Very clean. Good location for Six Flags. Pool was great. Parking was private and was able to watch my motorcycle and trailer from room. Was able to lock my trailer to a pole while we explored the area.

My family stayed here as part of a visit to Six Flags. I usually don't bother writing reviews. In this case, I made an exception. If you just need a comfortable room at a fair price, this is a good choice. If you enjoy breakfast, this is a terrible choice. Fake eggs, terrible boiled sausage, old apples (inedible), american cheese?, overall few choices, almost none of it edible unless it was pre-packaged. Also, there weren't enough tables - the breakfast area was very small given the number of rooms/guests.

For a Best Western this hotel is above par. Nicely decorated with rollercoaster art work and contemporary linens and conveniently located across the street from Six Flags Over Texas, it was exactly what we needed. I wish ALL Best Westerns were similar to this one. Had an excellent time :).

Booked this hotel without knowing anything about it. I had never stayed at a Best Western. The rooms were very nice and included a sofa,desk and small refrigerator.The hotel is very close to the stadiums and Six Flags should you be going to these attractions. The breakfast was fine for a person traveling that wants to eat quickly. The staff were extremely friendly. Keep up the good work!!

This was a good hotel with a nice, big room. The bed was comfortable and there was a sofa, TV and microwave. There was a good sized bathroom and unit with toiletries provided over the bath. Breakfast was good and included a variety of options including bananas, cereals, pastries etc.

I stayed at 9 hotels during my travels and this was the only one that I wasn't able to sleep at due to noise. Sounded like a dance troupe was practicing their routines until about 12:30am and then they began again at 5:30am and didn't stop until what I am assuming is when they checked out around 7:30am.

I just wish the area around the hotel had better choices to eat other than fast food and the are was a little nicer. Once inside the best western I enjoyed the stay. Clean, Comfortable, and a great value. I would stay there again.

Best Western is a very clean hotel with helpful staff. The price is not cheap, but it is within reason. If you are near an airport they will have a van ready to take you there. The rooms are very clean and spacious.

nice hotel overall. very clean with good appearance. pool was clean. we only stayed the 1 night. had 2 rooms. very comfortable 2 queen bed room with sofa. breakfast was good. basically the same variety as other "hot buffet" offerings. packaged muffins, waffle makers, eggs, ham, cereal. wanted a location close to the Globe Life field.

I was very pleased with the stay I had at the Best Western Plus Arlington North Hotel & Suites. It's location was easy to find and close to where I needed to be. I found the Staff very helpful, professional and friendly. The amenities were very nice and the rooms clean and comfortable. Access to Wi-Fi was easy and uninterrupted. I would highly recommend this Hotel for anyone coming to Dallas for business or pleasure, (it's right down the road from Six Flags!)

I spent 2 nights here while I was attending a business meeting, the hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. The hotel has access to plenty of restaurants, as close as next door and is right on the highway so getting around was easy. The hotel shuttle is showing some age but was available when we needed.

Went to a Texas Rangers game and this hotel was a great location. Only 10 minutes from stadium. Easy to get to without going on highway. Staff here was great, very friendly and helpful. If I ever came back here this is where I would stay.

The pillows were way to small. They were half pillows. Went downstairs to get more and the lady would not give us any more pillows. They put four 1/2 pillows in a room. If 2 people are in the room that 1 whole pillow!

This hotel is next door to a Jack in the Box. Convenient for snacks and drinks later in the evening. The drink vending machine was empty, so we called the office and they were aware of this and offered us some water. Unsure why the machines weren't filled if they knew they were empty. We slept well, and YES the pillows are the size of a throw pillow, as previous posts have stated.We booked the larger room with 2 queen beds. Nice size and very clean. A/C worked great. The office clerks were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is wonderful if you are visiting Six Flags. Not a lot of parking, but wasn't a concern with the time of year we were there. Didn't use the pool, but it appeared to have a handicap chair lift for the pool. I was pleased with the hotel and price.

The staff was very helpful and friendly from the word go, the rooms are clean and quiet and attractions are close by but would recommend taking uber since so many highways are being worked on in this area.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel. Room was excellent, large king suite with flat screen TV, fridge and microwave. We liked the dispensers in the shower for shampoo, conditioner and soap. The hotel was very clean and maintained. Parking was easy. The breakfast was excellent, hot food along with the usual choices to satisfy everyone. There were only 4 tables but also a counter to sit so not a problem. The location is about equal distance between Dallas and Fort Worth, so location was good. The only reason I can't give this hotel 5 stars is because I made the reservation well in advance, specifically asking for top floor away from elevator. Upon checking in, we were given 2nd floor room next to the elevator. When I asked why they ignored my request, all I got was that there were no other rooms available on the top floor away from the elevator. Fortunately the elevator was quiet but I think Best Western should try to accommodate guests requests. Otherwise, this was a very good hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

We were back "home" and needed a hotel in good proximity to our weekend activities. This Best Western Plus on 360 was ideal for location, great for accommodation, and provided a nice variety for breakfast. And the people at the front desk were always friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

I am an employee of Best Western and was not happy with the the service i received during the time i was blocking a few rooms for a wedding that was taking place in the area.The sales person was rude with no customer service at all, i actually had to call and speak with the gm about her attitude and the way she handled the over all booking. Spoke with 2 other BW's in the area n got great customer service from them better deals that would have been great for us considering location were going to be but their hotels were just a lil bit to far from where we needed to go

This is the second Best Western Plus Hotel I've stayed in within the last 2 months in different cities. This hotel chain seems to have stepped it up in overall improvement in all areas of service. Great job! This is no longer your Mom and Pop Best Western from years ago!

We chose this location because we had a wonderful experience the last time we stayed. It is a big spacious room with all of the amenities. It smells clean and is clean when you enter the lobby, halls and room. I learned that staying in the ground level was not good for my cell phone service. The pillows were comfortable but too small and square. I did not enjoy hearing the walking around of the upstairs guests. I do however enjoy the breakfast that comes with the stay. I only wish that they had hard boiled eggs and bacon on the day we stayed. I always enjoy eating the hot waffles! The quality of the orange juice was also not sweet at all.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Highway 360 just between Dallas and Fort Worth. Service at the reception was very friendly. Outside there is plenty of parking space. The room was clean and tidy and was either new or well-kept. There were some cons as well, though: There was no way to draw the curtains so some light kept coming in from the window during the night. The windows cannot be opened, instead everything is controlled by AC. The AC cannot be turned off but is regulated by a thermostat so it keeps turning on all hours to keep the selected temperature. As the AC is quite noisy when working this can be a problem for light sleepers. Breakfast is nothing fancy. Mediocre coffee and tea, a lot of processed food (including bread and buns), few fresh fruit. However, fresh waffles and maple sirup save the day. My conclusion: decent value for money, would stay there again.

maid service leave around mid afternoon so if they forgot to clean it, your out of luck till the next day. the front desk said they were sorry and couldn't do anything till the next day. they did offer towels. i told them this was unacceptable and left for dinner. when i returned, the the beds were made and a note said they were sorry for the inconvenience and remade the beds.

Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Nice decor. Good upkeep; most items and furniture look new. Close to airport and many attractions and has easy access to highway. Has a variety of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Pool is outdoor, which is rather loud due to nearby highway.

We decided to take a family trip to six flags for spring break. We have stayed here before with no problem. When we pulled out the couch bed, there were stains all over the mattress pad. We called to the front desk, but she said the rooms were full so she took the mattress pad off and put a sheet on it. That's fine, no biggie. She said to ask the hotel for a refund or partial refund for the night. Next morning I went to the front desk to talk to the manager about the stains. He was a little short and said "if you're looking for a refund we can't do that since you pre-paid." I said I'm not looking for a refund, but since the room was not up-to-par, I feel like we should be compensated something. He ended up giving us 1000 points on our card, apparently enough for a free night. I guess we'll stay one more night and see how it is. That same day, later in the morning, as we were leaving for six flags we hear a lady screaming when we walked out into the hallway. When I finally figure out which room it is, I hear her screaming "get your hands off of me!" "Leave me alone", etc. My husband stayed there by the door while me and my kids went downstairs to let the manager know. He asked if I called the police. I said no, we came here first. He calls the room and apparently the man in the room says everything is just fine. I called my husband and tell him what the front desk guy said and he told me to bring him up there, that they're yelling even more. I took him up there then we all left. My husband had to run back inside and when he walked in he heard the front desk guy telling the other lady up there that they were having a disagreement and that we were just overreacting. That definitely didn't put a good taste in my mouth about the hotel or staff.

The room was good. Large and comfortable. The staff was not rude, but no anywhere near friendly. My child tried several times to talk with them (just basic hello, etc) and was lucky to receive any response. I have stayed in area before and was surprised at the apathy of front desk.

Stayed here on a Friday night after a long, cold, wet day at Six Flags. The hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. A plus - Free internet! Beds are pretty comfy. Negatives: The walls are super thin and we could hear the upstairs people stomping and kiddos running across the floor. The vending machines were not well stocked and the front desk was out of tea. No hot cocoa either. The breakfast was not great, but edible. I would stay here again for an inexpensive, clean and decent place to crash after a long day.

The Hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. I was very pleased with the number of items offered for the breakfast bar. The beds were comfortable and they have free internet services. The one problem I had was a musty stale cigarette smell in the room. The room was marked clearly "no smoking" but there is always someone who really is disrespectful enough that they smoke anyway. We were there for a trade show nearby and the price was very reasonable. I would stay there again.

Very clean and excellent value. Great staff very attentive. $80 w/breakfast new room and comfortable bed. Can't beat it! Easy access to freeway. Restaurants next door. Would stay again and have other members of my company do the same. 5 minutes from client which made this location perfect.

Our flight was delayed and we received a voucher for discount at this hotel. Didn't know what to expect. It was a pleasant surprise from shuttle service to comfortable room and well laid-out bathroom to morning's free breakfast. Quick service with a smile and nicely appointed common areas were appreciated.

We went to a concert at the Verizon Theater (not as close as I thought it was going to be, but not bad) The hotel was very clean and nice. Room was nice. I could hear the lady next door through the door which would have adjoined rooms. I would ask for a room on the backside of the hotel because the front rooms are right on I35 and you do hear some road noise. We would come again. A good deal for the price.

Very clean and nice hotel. Parking a little tight, but still a very nice place to stay. Close to all of the activities in Arlington. We were there for the Iron Cowboy and it was nice and quiet after a long day with 40,000 people.

Stayed here a year ago and decided to stay here again for a night on a recent trip. Staff was friendly and our room was nice. The shower had a soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser in it that was really convenient. However, the shampoo did make my hair feel like it had some sort of film on it. I could hear housekeeping in the halls very clearly and loudly from bed in the morning. Still a nice stay and would stay again.

The place was super clean and one of the most comfortable hotel beds we have ever had. We slept very well and better than almost all other places we have stayed. The staff was always available and helpful. It was close to things we needed while we were there. We will definitely be adding this to our list of places we are willing to stay.

Stayed one night with fiance & 2 children. I have never stayed at a Best Western, and was reluctant. I chose this property anyway based strictly on the customer reviews. VERY IMPRESSED. Extremely clean, very helpful and courteous staff, large room, larger than expected bathroom. Parking could have been better, however given the location I can understand why parking was very limited. Will definitely stay here again.

Went to Dallas for a concert at Verizon Theatre. Drive wasn't too far to the theatre but found out the hotel offers a shuttle for 15.00 one way (not a bad price). Hotel was clean and updated. We would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was good. The dining area could have been a little bigger. If visiting the area in the future will stay here again.

This is one of the nicer Best Western hotels I have stayed at in quite some time. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet. The location may be a little confusing to get to however also close to everything you need.

even though the hotel is closed by the freeway which is very convenient, this hotel is very quiet and the staff is very pleasant. Everything was clean and in working order. The breakfast is not of the highest quality like for most Best Western though.

Pleasant stay. Location "on" the TX-360-HWY and yet almost no noise from the traffic. Clean place close to a lot of restaurants. Friendly personell. The hotell offers nice complimentary breakfast. In my opinnion a very good adittion to the hotel would be the indoor swimming pool which would allow more recreation.

Great Hotel, right off Highway yet quiet. Heat and A/C worked well, with comfortable bed. Decent breakfast for those making healthy choices. A dreamers breakfast if you eat whatever you want. Plenty of Carbs to be had.....Friendly staff - will return in July for next business trip.

It was simply amazing from day 1 to the end of my stay which was about 4 days long. Loved the room. It had everything that I wanted and was surprisingly very spacious. Breakfast was also very good. It was overall a very wonderful experience. I recommend this hotel without reservation.

Very clean and comfortable! My (large) room had a king size bed, a sitting area, desk, large flat panel television, fridge and microwave. It was squeaky clean, and the bed was really comfortable. One of the things I liked best was that it was so quiet! Other than an occasional, and very faint, sound of a door closing, there was no noise. The location is great, right off the highway, and very decent neighborhood. My only complaint is that the bed was awfully high....I had trouble getting onto it. However, I am short and have arthritis in my hips and knees, so this probably wouldn't be a problem for most people. I would definitely recommend it, and would stay here again. BTW, I got a great rate going through booking.com, only $76, which is an amazing price for such a great room!

Though I've stayed at this BW Plus before, having earned a Diamond Rewards status, from previously staying at Best Westerns hundreds of times before, no exceptions were made for a overlooked cancellation. I called to speak with the Manager for some consideration, but received no call back, nor an offer of some credit for a future stay.

Missed a flight connection at DFW on Christmas Eve. Airline first offered a discounted rate at another hotel which would not offer a shuttle back to the airport. This Best Western DID offer a shuttle back and provided good help and accommodations in this difficult trip.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was very helpful. The hotel was in a very good location. Very close to restaurants and other things any one may want to do. I would definitely stay again.

Just got back from staying here for the Cowboys & Mavericks game. It was more then i could have expected. The room size was the largest of any hotel i have stayed in for a standard room.The continental breakfast was great. Waffles, burritos, eggs, sausage, cereal selection, fruit, coffee, juices....etc. It is great to start your day with the free food. They pick you up from the airport once you call them. Takes about 15 minutes. No issues. They will drop you back off as well. I believe there is a $15 fee, per room. That part had me a little confused. We also got dropped off at the train station once and a local bar. Uber'd (not a word yet) home. The staff was more than accommodating. Note, the pillows are small. If not a hassle, bring your own. The Texas Ranger, Cowboy's AT&T Stadium and Six Flags are all a short ride away (5 minutes) I would recommend Humperdink's as well for pre-game drink and food. The Dallas Aquarium and American Airlines Center is about 20 minutes away. The hotel has a gas station, 7-11, Jack in the Box, Taco Bell and IHOP next to it. Easy walks. Has an outdoor pool, vending machine and free newspapers.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving and had a good experience. We were on the 4th floor and the vaulted ceilings made the room appear larger. The room was clean, quiet and housekeeping honored our request not to be disturbed each morning. Occasionally the noise from the road could be heard but wasn't bad. Breakfast was average but the kids loved the Texas shaped waffles. The front desk was helpful when requesting information and there was plenty of parking. It was a convenient drive to both the airport and AT&T Stadium.

This is the first Excellent i've given to a best western so far. And i've stayed at a few good size rooms clean and tidy. tv worked well as did the wifi and shower had lots of power and was hot. It was good breakfast for a best western lol. Nice clean pool and gym good parking just off of the free way Staff helpful at all times not alot to say next time im passing through i know where ill be staying. Mr Schaefer

Stayed here for a concert at the Verizon Theater. Check in went smoothly. Room was on 3rd floor near the elevator. Upon arrival to the room we thought pillows were missing from the bed and after calling the front desk we were informed there was no full size pillows..they were seriously the size of throw pillows. Never have we seen this. The rooms are also not very sound proof..at 2:30 in the morning heard a whole group of people coming back being extremely loud. Hotel is very clean..I would suggest to tone it down on whatever odor deodorizer is used in the room.

We wanted somewhere to stay around Arlington and handy for DFW airport for our flight home. This fitted our requirements and turned out to be a very nice hotel too. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had some hot options and was all we wanted, although it could have done with a little more space when busy. It would also be a reasonable option for the AT&T And Globe Life stadiums (or stadia if you prefer!).

If you are on business it is centrally located to reach both Dallas And Fort Worth easily. No restaurants close- drive 10 to on 15 minutes. I would stay here again for the pricing value. Not sure if I am on business for several days that I would pick this one but for the one night it was okay. Staff is pretty good.

One of the best under $100 hotels I have stayed in ever. Front desk was friendly, helpful, and courteous. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. TV size was bigger than most with a good selection of channels. Check in and check out went smoothly. Overall a great experience and I will definitely stay here again when I am back in the area.

Thought we got a price at last minute, too good to be true. The first room was on the first level facing the frontage road and major highway. The noise was immediate that we returned to the desk and asked to be put on the backside. That room was $10 more because it has a jet tub, does anybody use these at a hotel? So we put our stuff away and started touring the area. Great location, close to the football and baseball parks, very convenient, although it is on a one way frontage road. A couple of Western stores are also nearby. Back to the hotel, at night we were able to still have traffic from the major highway. This is one of those hotels that you can hear everything. Our neighbor upstairs must have been training circus elephants. Also, every door that closes, you will here it bang shut. If you decide to eat the free breakfast, I recommend staying with the oatmeal or fruit, because the prepared hot stuff is pretty much inedible. This hotel was memorable because it was definitely the worst in almost 2 years of travel.

This was out first time traveling to the Dallas area. We came to Dallas to attend the first Dallas Cowboys game of the season. When we checked into our room, the bathroom sink was leaking all over the floor when we turned it on. We called the front desk to report the problem and they quickly moved us to another room (which was larger and an upgrade from our original room). The rest of our stay was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was great and included a variety of items and coffee available around the clock in the front lobby. All the staff was kind and courteous. We even had a maintenance employee ask us how we were enjoying our stay. The hotel was very clean with beautiful modern decor. We could even see AT&T Stadium from out hotel room window! Great hotel! We will definitely be back in the future.

We were next to the highway and next to the elevator and yet our room and sleep was not interrupted by noise. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was a wonderful variety of items. We always enjoy making our own waffles at the Best Western locations.

Hotel was nice but somewhat difficult to find, the directions were misleading. Spent Labor Day weekend in Arlington and would have appreciated the pool and breakfast being open extended hours. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. For the price and for a holiday weekend it was nice.

The hotel is great, the rooms are wonderful... Location is great. Breakfast need improvement but will work if you are short on time and can not stop and eat. Just make sure if you tell staff something that they listen. If not you will get a rude call at 8am trying to fix there mistake!
