Best Western Plus BWI Airport Hotel - Arundel Mills

Small rooms and not a very good breakfast. Not a good value for the price. You can find better from other chains. You have to ask for room service. Hilton or others have better rooms and breakfast. Same breakfast food served three days in a row. Not going back to this hotel again.

If you're staying by the airport this Best Western is a great choice. The location is isolated and quiet not much traffic really. Closest stores are gas station and a small strip mall. So plan ahead if you need anything before bed. I was in for two weeks and had a great time. Parking was ok there is a bar next door so evening parking is a bit limited, all in all I'd come back.

This hotel is a good option if you have to stay close to the Airport. Altough the hotel is far from the Airport, they offer a shuttle service that takes you to and from the airport. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly.

This hotel is tucked away and a nice place for the price. The bed is comfortable with lots of pillows. Furniture and bathroom are clean. Heated indoor pool. Very nice complimentary breakfast which ends at 9:30 am (wish it was a little longer.) Staff was very accommodating. The restaurant across from the hotel has a great menu and full bar. Our 2nd stay.

My stay at this hotel is Pre-cruise out of Baltimore for which a shuttle service was available and timely. I loved the fact that this location is conveniently located to various shopping and restaurants if you are in need Pre-post cruise stay.

I booked a stay at this hotel and had something come up forcing me to change my plans. I attempted to cancel the reservation but was past the cancelation date (which I understand). I was already charged for the stay, so I left the reservation as is. I have now reviewed the charges on my credit card and found on top of the original room cost I paid the hotel pulled an additional $400 from my card. I have no idea what this would be for as I never even checked into the hotel. I have contacted their customer service and it's been over 5 days with no reimbursement. I feel this may be a scam this location runs for people who stay with company credit cards who may not notice the extra charges. I will continue to contact support to get this resolved and expect a full refund ASAP.

This hotel was just right for my pre-cruise stay. The customer service was outstanding. From calling for an airport shuttle pickup, to hotel check-in, to arranging shuttles to and from the cruise port, it was all handled very well. The breakfast was adequate. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and I met some fellow cruisers.

My family and I stayed at this hotel with the package deal where you park your car and they provide a shuttle to the cruise port. We booked with a third party for a more competitive price for this package. The parking/shuttle/cruise package was very convenient and I appreciated the low price. The shuttle driver is very nice and the pickup/drop off to the port is very convenient and easy! In the room, there was green fuzzy mold growing on the air conditioner! The room smelled of mildew. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good, with plenty of hot and cold options. There is a pool and a fitness center. The treadmill in the fitness center was not calibrated correctly.

EXCELLENT staff. The lady at the desk was extremely helpful. We had car trouble, she helped us get to a local mechanic. No problems whatsoever with this stay and all the staff were exceedingly nice.

Great place for location. 15 minutes from downtown Baltimore. 45 from DC. 5-10 to BWI Good breakfast: scrambled eggs, fruit, breads, cereals. Clean rooms. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of parking. Pool nice. Quiet. For the price, great value.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. We hosted a graduation event there with guests from as far as Texas. Pleasant staff, great hot breakfast and wonderful sleeping accommodations. Internet easily accessible.

This is a great, comfortable hotel that is not only close to the Baltimore airport but also close to the Orioles major league and minor league baseball fields. The hot breakfast was nice, the lobby area is clean and appealing, and the room was large and spotless.

Cant wait for the next stay! Went for a music festival. I had a enjoyable stay. Room was clean when I came back from my day. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was close to everything including the Casino!

We were stranded at BWI due to flight issues. The staff was amazing to me and my children from the shuttle driver to the front desk clerk! We were tired and anxious to get some rest. We were checked in quickly with a smile! The shuttle was on time the next morning. So after a great breakfast, we were on the way to the airport.

Though the infrastructure of the hotel is good, the service and attention to customer comfort was poor. For starters, the $150 security deposit was three times greater than any of the 10 hotels we've staying this year. While the suite was comfortable it overlooked dumpsters behind the next door restaurant which were loudly emptied the following morning, waking us at 5 am. The pool opened at 8 am, it's entranced cluttered with the carts of three maids who noisily tried to fix the vacuum cleaner during my swim (20 minutes). The small breakfast room in the middle of the lobby area placed in front of a large tv playing Fox news.

Room was basically ok just a little outdated. Hot breakfast was scrambled eggs & sausage It was the same everyday. Hotel parking lot is shared with next door restaurant and apparently people can keep their cars parked there when they go on a cruise out of the Port of Baltimore so be prepared to be extremely frustrated to find parking. Pool water is just tolerable. The problem is that the pool area is extremely cold. I had to wear a warm coat and cover with a blanket to watch my grandkids swim.

The shower and sink didn't drain. And at 5:30am on my last day a random guy comes into the room, sees people in the room. He says “oops wrong room” and then leaves. WTF?!?! How is that allowed to happen?!?

The bed was very comfy; the shuttle service was great; breakfast was average, but good. A waffle maker would be good to have. We enjoy the flavored waffles that many places are having now. Good location next to a restaurant.

There was a restaurant next door and you had to share parking, horrible. 3 handicap spots and there were 3 vehicles in the same spot never moved in 2 days. Breakfast food was cold and not much of a variety The only thing is that you are not far from the airport

This hotel was just what we needed for our pre cruise stay. The hotel had a shuttle from the airport to the hotel which was so convenient and we used the shuttle to get to the train station to visit Washington DC. The hotel staff were very friendly the free breakfast was great and the hotel was clean. We used the pool and towels were provided.

If you are cruising out of Baltimore this is a great option to park your car, spent one night in a hotel before your cruise, enjoy a hot breakfast and have a shuttle take you to the cruise terminal and back at the end of your cruise.

We did the sleep and park package for our cruise. When we got back from the ship, the drivers didn't have names of who should get on the shuttle and it took over an hour. Our driver was wonderful but the wait in the cold was horrible. I need to rethink next cruise and where we stay prior only because of the shuttle wait.

We regularly fly out of BWI, and our go to hotel in the area was feeling a bit less satisfactory than usual for us so we tried this as an alternative. We wanted close to BWI, with shuttle and park and fly rate. We did not use the shuttle or park and fly this time so can't comment on that. We arrived at what appeared to be a shift change, and there was no welcome, no info generally give such as internet access or breakfast details. We were given our key and sent on our way. The room was fine but had likely just been cleaned and smelled quite heavily of cleaning agent. When we returned hours later it was better but still there. The noise from airplane traffic was quite noticeable even though this was farther from the airport than our old choice. I will say the person who checked us out was quite friendly and asked how our stay was etc. We will be either going back to our old choice or continuing our search for a better option. I did not see this as a Best Western Plus, which is generally upgraded from the regular BW brand.

The value is awesome. Friendly shuttle drivers. courteous front desk staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast with variety, including selection of fruit. There's a bit of airport noise but that is to be expected.

I stayed here 2 nights with a bus group. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure and temperature were excellent. The breakfast area is a little small but we didn't have any trouble finding a table. I could hear the planes during the day but it wasn't an issue. I would stay here again, especially if I was using the airport.

This hotel is convenient but seems to be a little understaffed. It was very busy the night I stayed, however, they were prepared for the breakfast. The breakfast counter area is fairly small for the volume of guests that this hotel has.

3 of us stayed here for 4 nights and it comfortably accommodated us and the place was very clean and well maintained. The staff was so nice all the time. Breakfast included things like coffee, sausage and eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, bread items and fruit. Large indoor pool, but no hot tub. Exercise room has a few machines and some weights.

The bed was so comfortable. The staff extremely friendly. One could tell they enjoyed being there. The breakfast was good and hot too. Would make this my go to place to stay in the future when in Baltimore. The shuttle ran 24/7 which was great for my late and super early flight.

The decor of the hotel was great ! The breakfast offerings was very limited ! Many things they were out of and they had no Pancake or waffle maker ! The eggs were to be expected however no cheese was available to help out and the sausage patties were a great choice however they were on a borderline of being undercooked ! The hotel and elevator hallways did develop a slight musty sent due to the water from the kids in the hotel walking through from the swimming pool !

We were stranded in Baltimore after our flight was cancelled. The airlines refused to release our bags, so we had nothing going to the hotel. The shuttle driver was very nice. The front desk was very accommodating, giving us needed supplies for the night (toothbrush and deodorant). The hotel and room were both very clean. Such a relief that we didn't have to stay at the airport overnight.

Do not stay here...your health is at risk. My concerns about the cleanliness of the room, no linen service and broken items in the room (floor lamp, curtain and phone) were not addressed, and I had to use used towels from the previous day.

There are a lot of hotels in this area, many of them economy or local motels. Versus higher priced Hilton brands, we found this room clean, comfortable and a great value. The staff was so friendly and polite. Room and bed were spotless.

If you stay more than 2 days housekeepers only come to your room upon request. Shower is very good. Breakfast, shuttle van, microwave oven and refrigerator are good extras for the price. You can request a ride anywhere you want up to 10 minutes away, but they may cancel it if they need the van to bring people to the airport or pick up people from the airport or if there is a group trip somewhere.

Property is nice and kept clean and neat. Staff is very helpful, and attentive, Breakfast attendant was nice. had great energy the food was fresh. and presentation was great!! they also had a nice restaurant and bar literally across the street

The location is wonderful if you are going to the Port for the cruise. Most staff were friendly. Clean hotel and rooms. I would use again it I were traveling. I was happy they allowed you to leave your car for a reasonable rate. Don't bother with the vending machines they are very old and have next to nothing in them.

Place is clean and service was great. The pool was a bit cloudy and ice machines were down on 1st n 2nd floor. Service crew were awesome. The best part is a bar restaurant right next door with great food.

The hotel did not look as nice as the pictures. There's a $150 security deposit at booking, on top of your room fee. The hallway walking to our room smelled like someone was cooking meth and the place was not very clean. The breakfast was probably the worst that I've experienced at a hotel. Would not recommend

The hotel staff are very pleasant. The property is well maintained. If you are cruising they offer a park an cruise rate with a shuttle to the port and back. The rate for this is remarkable. I paid less then $165.00 for a nice clean room a good breakfast the next morning and a ride to an from the port plus parking for my vechile for 6 nights. The value in my opinion is unbeatable.

This is the perfect place to stay . The staff are all very eager to help you in every way. They go that extra step. Very clean and well maintained. Nice pool area. Very good and replenished hot breakfast. You will enjoy your stay here. Our cruise was delayed so we had to wait until 2:00 to get a shuttle to the port. Pleasant surprise is that the park and cruise package lets you stay in your room until time to go to the port at no additional charge. Perfect !!

Best kept secret! Great Staff, location and room rates. Rooms are comfortable and feature a microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast is also available. It is such a great place to relax and recharge for travelers.

If you're looking to do things in downtown Baltimore, about 15 minutes away, airport I was told about 10 minutes away. Standard breakfast, staff accommodating, and a reasonably price restaurant across the parking lot. Pool on the larger size for an indoor pool.

So my room was dirty both of them even after changing rooms and I had to change the sheets in the room they were nasty Rooms dusty screens broken I'm pissed and breakfast was horrible I'm upset and I'm disappointed

Other reviews made me think this would be a pleasant stay, so I decided to add variety to my trip and stay here instead of my normal hotel chains. I was very disappointed unfortunately. Breakfast was empty and hadn't been replenished, the room had a horrible odor of used/dirty cleaning fluid, dead bugs in the windows, dusty, and very humid and warm. The fitness center looked as if it hadn't been updated in years, with some of the equipment being broken including a fan which made the fitness room become grossly humid and warm, as well. For the same prices, there are much better options closer to the airport with better amenities. I understand that this is the pandemic so I tried giving grace, but there was just only so much I could give before acknowledging the inevitably horrible stay I had at a place equal to that of a red roof inn.

Room(s) very spacious, good location not to far from airport or shopping. Good place to bring the family. Staff is very friendly. Whether you're coming for leisure or business this is the hotel to come to.

We had a very comfortable stay in this clean and quiet hotel. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and very much appreciated. Everyone who worked at this hotel was pleasant and helpful. We have stayed here before and will do so again in the future.

Don't be misled by the amazing marketing photos of the pool at this property. Standard, small hotel pool. Also, currently closed due to construction! The other concerning thing was they asked for $250 security deposit upon check-in. Made me nervous about what goes on here. No bad events witnessed during my stay, but it didn't make for a restful night's sleep.

It's unfortunate the lack of cleanliness. I was shocked because I remember when it became a Plus. Definitely no plans to stay at this motel again. Rust, peeling wallpaper and so much dust. It's very disappointing

The rooms were up-to-date, clean. Comfortable beds. Staff were beyond excellent. Friendly and kind, willing to answer questions with patience! Near the airport but really not too noisy from that. Hot breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was comfortable and the staff was helpful and polite. They seemed to make excuses about the pool being closed but hey, the front desk staff can't control what maintenance does. I was pleased with the cleanliness but the building is old and shows. The staff makes up for the building being old with kindness and providing the necessary amenities required for today's families to stay there.

The hotel is somewhat close to BWI airport and has a free shuttle. The room was reasonably clean and the breakfast palatable. However, we encountered a number of problems during our stay. On our second night, someone below us was blasting low quality music well after midnight. My wife called the front desk to no avail. To be fair, we weren't sure where the sound was coming front (outside - which the front desk clerk said was not a "hotel issue" or inside which would be there responsibility). Upon the second call around 1:45am, the source of the trouble was found and the noise quickly ended. The breakfast area was not well managed and was small. The offerings were good with the exception of very bleached/weak eggs. Some guests (typically overweight) would linger over the food bench, coughing, and preventing other guests from accessing the food. Our bathroom sink had difficulty draining and though we told the front desk about the problem, nothing was done to the best of my knowledge. Also, there was no hot water on the second morning we stayed. Finally, though I had used points to pay for two nights in this hotel, I was still charged $11.42 for taxes and some weird differential charge (based on a fixed reimbursement for a free night) which I was not told about. To me, a free night should be a free night with no charges as advertised. I didn't find out about this until after I checked out and left the hotel as they e-mailed me my receipt later.

Clean hotel with very hospitable staff, a good location and excellent value. Breakfast can use an upgrade. Other than that I definitely would recommend and will give them another chance down the road.

Booking at BW and BW+ is usually a gamble since all are independently owned and operated. Sometimes you get a good one, sometimes not so good... This is one of the good ones. Rooms and public areas are clean and up to date and the staff was efficient. The only short comings I found were a somewhat weak and small shower and the pool was closed for maintenance.

They ok if the pool was working it would have been great since I did have the kids for 4 nights and if they can can have plungers on site when business hours at over would be great then you would not have to change rooms as much

I stay at this hotel regularly. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Convenient to airport with an airport shuttle. The Stained Glass pub is next door and has great food with wonderful atmosphere.

Stayed at the Best Western in Arundel Mills Baltimore, MD area prior to a cruise out of Baltimore. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Property was very nice and clean, as was our room. They have a nice continental type breakfast. Left our car in the parking lot, and there were no problems on our return. Van shuttle to and from the port was great.

This is a 4 floor basic Best Western in Elk Ridge, MD. Easy to find, parking was plentiful and safe, there is a restaurant next door in the same lot which is a plus, the rooms were clean, the bed was comfy, and the shower pressure was awesome! Very accommodating with early checks in, and standard check out time is 12:00. They offer breakfast from 5:30-8:30 which consists of yogurt, little boxes of cereal, apples/oranges/bananas, tea/coffee/juices/milk, fresh bagels and danish, hard boiled eggs, and microwaveable sausage & cheese breakfast sandwiches. Pretty decent fare considering Covid going on. There is plenty of seating next to the lobby to enjoy your meal, or you can easily take it back to your room. Very disappointing that it's only available until 8:30 (or 8:45 if you're lucky and the staff is taking their time to put things away). Breakfast really should be open until 10 am. Major disappointment was being told the indoor pool is open, only to get there and be told it's closed indefinitely for "maintenance". The pool area was open, and it looked very clean inviting but there was a closed sign by the steps. Did not see any "maintenance" going on during our stay, personally I think it's a ploy to just not have to run the filter or something! There is a nice large sauna in the pool area that was open until 11 pm, but we did not try that out due to our own time constraints. Overall, a good place to stay if you're in the area, and it's reasonably priced. The staff is very nice, the airport shuttle van seemed available and parked in front of the lobby all the time day and night. If it wasn't for the early closing of the breakfast, and the pool not being open, I'd give it a 10!

Hotel serves Southwest Airlines crews. So not surprisingly close to airport and in flight path. Staff not wearing masks. Kitchen area small. Served frozen breakfast sandwiches. Room appeared dated, but clean.

This was my first time staying at a Best Western Plus hotel. For years I stayed at both Hilton and Marriott properties. One of the main reasons that I stayed in this hotel was their generous cancellation policy. This hotel was conveniently located for the activities planned for last weekend. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and my room. Nice bed, I slept really well. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Prime location and convenient pricing. However was very crowded and they run out of parking quick with the open to the public pub next door that doesn't close until 1am. Front Desk was a little rude telling that I needed to get a new ID. Breakfast was the bare minimum with cereal, bagels, yogurt. No scrambled eggs or sausage, pancakes, waffles, etc.

We had a large bug in the room and the front desk refused to come up and remove the bug or check for others. The hotel was sold out and we could not change rooms. This was 9:30 at night. The manager did nothing

We stayed at three different BW Hotels and all three were terrific . We traveled fro BWItoPDX and needed shuttles at both airports and the drivers could not have been nicer we got good nights sleep and we had two rooms at Hood River Oregon , wonderful restaurant and heated pool. great experience!

We recently stayed at Best Western Plus to attend a concert at Merriweather Post. The room was very clean, bed was super comfortable and the shower had great pressure. The pool looked amazing, but we did not have time to take advantage of that. The coffee that they had in the lobby for the morning/breakfast was great. The best coffee I have had at a Best Western so far, hopefully other locations will follow suit and get rid of the coffee machines

We arrived @ 2pm, had an appt to be at that we were late for. Checked in, UBER Driver waited for us. Got in the elevator to go take our bags to the room-SIGN#1 Elevator STUNK of POT! Got to the floor we were on - SIGN#2 Hallway STUNK of POT. Got to the room dropped the bags, went back down & left for our appt. Came back a little after 4pm, back into the Elevator, still Stunk, Hallway, still Stunk, then, opened the door to our room, stunk also! Picked up our bags, went down to the Frontdesk, met with the SAME young lady that checked us in a few hours earlier, that had apparently has memory loss, told her that the place stinks & we can't stay here & we are checking out & want a refund. Well, this was like a bomb dropping! Heard & was told every reason in the world why they can't give a refund, but I can call Monday, Monday, no manager, Tuesday, not available, Wednesday, call back later not available now. Finally Wednesday, get a manager. Manager says, "you should came right down to the desk". I didn't argue or try to debate this, obviously these people are perfectly OK with the happenings at this hotel & maybe are contributors to the smell, who knows, but I know this, BEST WESTERN, no longer part of my search for a place to stay.

Yep you read the title correctly. In room 311 it was a bedbug that crawled from behind the headboard onto my pillow. My husband and I hurried to check out and slept in our vehicle since there were no other lodging options available at 2am in the vicinity. We will never come back here. I spoke to the manager at this establishment and she was just so nonchalant like they knew they had them and upset that it came out!! WTH so just be aware that you can stay elsewhere because if our normal Hilton hotel was available we would have checked in there for sure before entering an establishment with bedbugs!!! We are diamond members with Hilton and we plan to stay there from here on out. It was an event going on that sold out many rooms for 80 miles away!

I travel frequently for work and when making a trip for pleasure I want to get good value with Great service. This is what I have found at Best Western time and time again. Thank you for the consistency and reliability.

Had a terrible experience with not so welcoming staff(Aaron) at check in, who had no regards at all. Even gave us a dirty room intentionally. Had to call corporate to report the matter. Who also instructed to report to the local General manager.

The shower leaked, internet didn't work. Fridge was broken. No sugar in the entire hotel for coffees. The room had a nasty odor, and the hallway stunk too. They had a nice waterfall thing in the lobby though.

The staff were excellent. Breakfast was especially good considering the current situation. Great location and well maintained. Thank you. I would choose this hotel the next time I am in this area without hesitation.

Best Western BWI is very nice warm place to stay. has all the niceties of a 5 star hotel and the bonus is there is a great restaurant/ sports bar in the parking lot. This hotel has everything a traveler needs or wants

Do not book through the 1800 reservation line call the hotel directly. We had a mess when we got there but Shaun and Dawn at the front desk I believe overnight staff helped correct the matter after a long day of missed flights.

This is probably the most disappointing stay I have had at a Best Western hotel. The location, shuttle and front desk all to be very good. However, housekeeping was non existent. We were here for five nights. Housekeeping never cleaned - we even put out the "please make up my room sign" and let the front desk know. The hallways had piles of trash bags. The vending area was not stocked and also had the piles of trash. The breakfast were well stocked and managed, but for some reason they closed down a half hour before the times they advertise. If you're staying one night, this might not be a bad place - you just have to dodge all the garbage. Otherwise, you may want to look elsewhere.

I have to travel for business every week. The first night the room was clean and no odor. The 2nd and 3rd trip the rooms had a feet odor. The vent in the bathroom didn't work and the filters in the AC/Heat unit were dirty.

We are still in the pandemic and the bath tub had a literal ring of dirt. Made me question the cleaniness of the room overall. They did send someone to clean it. Then we had a problem our last night with the super strong smell of weed/drugs creep into my room. I had 3 small kids with me and called the front desk. Shawn absolutely could care less and advised me, the paying guest to call the police. I file a complaint directly through Best Western Plus Hotels and it's been 3 days and I received absolutely no acknowledgement of my complaint. Poor, poor customer service.

Hotel is clean and staff is friendly, Wifi is slow. Across the parking lot is a great Pub / Restaurant. Still don't offer breakfast they offer a Grab and Go bag with some awful food and no variety. Adds expense and aggravation to my business trip.

Clean, welcoming hotel. Located in industrial like area but there is not heavy traffic. Staff was friendly. Breakfast is still COVID to go bag, as well call it. Beds are comfy, room clean. There is a top rated restaurant next door though we didn't visit it. Short drive to BWI and Arundel Mills. Great stay

Lobby & hallways smell & are unkept. Poor, elusive, rude front desk staff. GRAB & GO breakfast- HORRIBLE. Bag with small water bottle & an apple. Have to persist & ask for granola bar or prepacked kids bitesize muffins - no other options. Coffee bar not kept neat, filled & use bulk coffee creamer instead of single person use packets. Front desk staff usually unfriendly, resistant & questionable with accommodating any issues... Basic overview is a Lazy Staff doing the minimum in their jobs...

I stay here once a week for business. Always clean rooms, friendly service and fair prices! No one asked me to leave this, I have stayed here for years and felt I should leave them a review! The Stained Glass Pub next door is a bonus for GREAT food.

This Best Western is the best kept secret in the chain of Best Westerns. comfortable, warm, friendly, and the staff is the best even down to the attendants. I love this hotel. Rubella has been there since i started going there. She is behind the desk. the restaurant next door is also above the cut.

First stay at a Best Western in quite a while, was pleasantly surprised. Very clean, friendly staff. Bathroom amenities were top shelf. And right next door to a very fine place to eat (Stained Glass Pub). Would highly recommend.

You have to call and ask them to come clean your room! I put the sign outside my door asking for cleaning and when I returned 10 hours later it was exactly the way I left it. I called the front desk and was on hold for more than 5 minutes. I asked why my room was not cleaned and was told I had to request it. My problem is no one told me this when I checked in. BTW no more breakfast.

I have been very loyal to Best Western for some years now, but this particular BW (and a Plus, no less!) really let us down. We stayed here on a long road trip from FL to CT, but will consider a different stopping point next time. Sadly, staff were ambivalent to our presence throughout, the BW van was blocking the entrance when we arrived (which meant we had to park and carry our luggage inside in the pouring rain), there was a previous guest's half-eaten packet of candy near our bed when we checked in, the lighting in the bathroom is VERY poor (unless you enjoy showering in the dark – then you're fine!), there is no fan/extractor in the bathroom, there was absolutely no recognition whatsoever of my BW status, there is only one restaurant nearby (directly across the street – we didn't try it), check-out consisted of “Oh, just throw your card in there” and a staff member pointing to a small box on the lobby counter, and their breakfast “To Go Bags” are incredibly disappointing (a small banana, the smallest bottle of water you've ever seen, and a small granola bar). Other hotels still manage to offer very comprehensive free breakfasts, whilst still following CDC health guidelines. All this said, our bed was incredibly comfortable, the hotel was relatively quiet, and the shower was one of the hottest and most powerful we had on our entire 24-day trip. Sadly, however, this isn't enough to entice us to return.

Amazing!!! Clean!!!! Friendly!!!! Loved this hotel, will be using it more often , even signed up for the best western reward program! Everything exceeded my expectations for the price. Would Definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel is decent, but grab & go breakfast is a lot to be desired and if you want housekeeping services, do not rely on hanging the card on the door, but instead specifically inform front desk that you would like room serviced.

This hotel lives up to the modern standards of what a business hotel should be. Best Western has carved out a great niche in the hotel market and is quickly becoming my go-to hotel for business travel. If you have a chance to visit this hotel please do not visit the restaurant next door, it is awful.

picked this Hotel prior to a cruise, in the past I was looking for a less expensive Hotel and was disappointed, many prior Hotels were creepy and dirty, this Hotel was the Best I ever stayed at, Very Clean and transfers to the the port was flawless, and the price was right, 10**************

This was my first time staying here and it was a great experience. Breakfast time was a bit challenging as it ended by 9 a.m. which we did not expect. But all in all the stay was a good experience. The transportation to the port and to the airport was very convenient and much appreciated.

I had a funeral to attend at the Arlington National Cemetery. I chose the fly in and out of BWI and chose the Best Western as my basis of operation. Excellent choice, a good indicator was that SWA aircrew used the hotel for RON and apparently tour lines also used these facilities. DC is a zoo, which made my choice easy. Desk reception crew most helpful and professional. The room was clean and most comfortable and the breakfasts were tasty and adequate. I asked for a bottle of water prior to my leaving for the morning. The receptionist provided me with a sack with two bottles of water a bag of chips and a granola bar. Sustained me for the entire day.

This place was not bad. it was clean. there was plenty of parking. A restaurant shares the same parking lot. not far from the airport and they have a shuttle. Rooms was clean. The breakfast was not bad.

Southwest left us stranded overnight and they provide a service to find a local hotel - that they made us pay for. The rates were good and the premises nice but what made this a good night was the care and concern shown by some of the staff. The van driver was exceptionally nice and helpful, and the front desk person went out of his way to find some gauze and ties for an injury my wife had gotten while traveling. The next morning the new van driver was also friendly and pleasant. The associated restaurant (Stained Glass Pub) also had friendly and accommodating help, even late at night.

Great stay and the breakfast was supper nice too... Plenty of items to choose from including to kinds of eggs, potatoes, bacon and 2 waffle makers. The restaurant is right next door and the food was good with large portions. Plus, they had a live musician playing for entertainment.

I use this facility numerous nights each month and the staff is always accommodating and friendly. The rooms are very nice and the breakfast is good. The van drivers are very professional and friendly.

Hotel lobby was bright and cheerful. Front desk greeting was prompt and cheerful and paper work only took two minutes at the most. Room appears to have been redecorated recently and was spotless. Left the following morning and returned on the 16th for another night and everything above was still true. Shuttle service to and from BWI was very good with excellent drivers. I will definitely stay there again when I have business in Baltimore.

The hotel stay was fine, but the return shuttle was horrible. I called at 7:13 for the return shuttle, we were told to go upstairs, door 5. After hanging up, we proceeded to go upstairs to door 5. We waited until 7:27, I called again to find out where the bus was. The person I talked to said the bus would be there in 10 mins. 10 mins went by, no bus. I called again at 7:38, the person I talked to said they would call the driver to see where he was. They came back to the phone and stated the bus would be there in 5 mins. At 7:45 the bus finally came. This normally wouldn't be so bad, but it was 30 degrees outside. We waited outside from 7:13-7:45 in 30 degree weather with no coats. I most likely will not stay again for that reason.

After reading the reviews about shuttle pickup from Port of Baltimore we were hesitant- i'm so glad we booked here! The staff at Check in were friendly, accommating and helpful. Zach- shuttle driver amazing!! We were fortunate to have him drive us both ways to and from the port. After you call for a pick-up the driver gets the list of names and # of guests, only those people are taken on the shuttle UNLESS someone is not there. However, they do need to ask: # of bags and plan accordingly. We were stuffed in full bags inbetween seats and on our laps because a scooter needed to be packed in as well. Hotel stay was comfortable as well. The ONLY problem was the male hospitality (food) staff; the 11th going out: observed him touching face with bare hands then using hands to put fried eggs from plastic bag onto cooking sheet then into the oven. Gross- a public health nightmare. The female staff was putting utensils into the container with bare hands, after saying something to her she did put gloves on. Train your people, please on proper food handling/ storing AND Temperatures.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. we enjoyed a group dinner at the Family sports bar next door which was reasonable and accommodating of our group of 14. Breakfast was good. The shuttle to the cruise port was wonderful and timely. We kept our vehicle at hotel during cruise; all was well! The ONLY part of our stay that did not work out was the return shuttle. We called upon arrival to the terminal. We waited... and waited.. and waited.. our group was 14... the shuttles hold 10.... we called again and was told it could be another 25 minutes for the first and the second “sometime” after that.... after waiting about an hour, we decided to urber back to the hotel And give up on the shuttle. I had read about this issue in previous reviews so I was hopeful... but not surprised. Unfortunately it seems as this is an ongoing unresolved issue. When we left on our uber.. the only guests from the ship who remained were waiting for the Best Western Shuttles. I would recommend this hotel but under the current situation not for the park and cruise option as they do not have adequate accommodations/ vehicles to handle the volume of returning passengers.

This hotel is the best kept secret at BWI. the staff and the accomodations are 5 star. The rooms are so comfortable and everything feels new. the lobby and hallways smell so pleasant. This is a cut above hotel.

The hotel is not located withing walking distance of restaurants. I almost didn't rent a car and would have been really unhappy if I hadn't. The is a mall within a short drive with several restaurants. The rooms were kind of small, but nice. Everything was clean. The staff was friendly.

I waited for an hour for the airport shuttle in the designated shuttle pickup area- it never came. Ended up taking an uber for 20$ after multiple calls to the hotel. Apparently they pick up in another area- and i heard the drivers and desk clerk laughing at other customers who had the exact same problem when i was in the lobby. There were short dark curly hairs on the wall of the shower. Gross. One of the towels had a brown stain on it. Double gross. I got a wake up call at 6:45am that i did not ask for- retaliation i'm guessing for bothering them about the shuttle

Between the 24/7 shuttle, free parking, friendly staff, full hot breakfast and beautiful rooms, there is no reason to pay more anywhere else. The area is safe & the restaurant next door is so good with great prices. The shuttle takes you to surrounding areas which includes so many shopping, events & restaurants.

Hotel was good but return shttle from cruise a nightmare. 2 hours spent in cold waiting due to not using names and rude guests that ran ahead. Shuttle did not stop where told. Had to spend additional night due to late arrival back to hotel. Have not even had call returned after 9 days.

Have always been over enthused by this hotels park and cruise package, and have given high recommendation. This time our ship was delayed returning to port (Monday afternoon vs. Sunday morning). After waiting over 2 hours at port for shuttle finally took Uber to pick up our car.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel. The hotel is extremely clean, the rooms are welcoming, the beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly and efficient. If you are cruising out of Baltimore, this is the hotel for you! Sleep and park while you go on your cruuse with no worries. Free shuttle to and from the port with awesome shuttle drivers. Will definately stay at this hotel everytime I cruise from Baltimore.

The site and the staff were wonderful. They have a nice bar/restaurant in their parking lot. It had good food. Check in and checkout were very easy. The shuttle to the airport was good. If you're flying internationally, be sure to tell the staff so they pick you up at the right gate. We didn't know that so we had a LONG walk through the airport to get to the gate they thought was most convenient.

Beautifully remodeled property. Excellent service all the way around. Particularly Kathleen at the front desk and the breakfast staff...parking was a little difficult Thursday and Friday evening. Keep up the good work!

The hotel was clean. Nice free breakfast. Beds are hard. Not enough parking spaces for a sold out night. We were surprised to see housekeeping blocking hallways when we checked in at 5:00pm. There is a decent sports bar right next door. No frills, nicely updated. Average.

Very very accommodating there were 4 people who stood out the most Jackie, From the moment we walked in had a smile on her face.. I was tired but she made me smile. I walk with a cane and she put us in a Room next to the elevator she kept looking until she found a Room next to the elevator I was very very Thankfully. Evelyn, Who is the manager allowed me to get a little more sleep before leaving I had a long drive. and the lady who worked Thursday morning name BEGINNING with the letter R. She has long hair in sometimes she works by herself... Always smiling which is great to see in the morning... She set a maintenance man up to my Room to get my luggage because my knees started killing me and the maintenance man really wanted to help and one it's a bring my bags down to the lobby and even to put them in my car I thought that was very nice of them... Everything we need it they accommodated us for I'm impressed and I like it a lot... We will definitely be back... The breakfast was awesome and I love the waffles it had the BW symbol..

Wonderful place to stay if you are going on a cruise. Parking for10 days and shuttle back and forth to the ship included in price of the room, which was very reasonable. We will definitely stay here again.

We hand seen this property listed on Sleep and Park website and were not sure that it was real, but it was. We left put of Baltimore port on a cruise and needed to leave our car, but parking near port was very expensive. This website featured this package and called the hotel to see if it was real. We spend 1 night before our cruise, took 10 days of parking and the shuttle back and from to port. It only cost us $149 for everything which it was less than it would have cost us, just to park. Great deal!! The hotel is very nice, clean rooms, beds were comfortable and it included breakfast, what more could you ask for.

Very Clean well managed hotel. Great amenities. Very accomadating. In the area to board a cruise ship which was delayed 5 hours. Hotel provided an extended stay and shuttle service which had a number of time changes to the port because of the ship delay.

We were given a voucher for this hotel when our flight got delayed. The shuttle came quickly, the driver was awesome. The hotel staff were friendly and checked us in quickly and gave us some basic amenities as we could not get our luggage. The room was clean and nice. Thank you.

My daughter and I stayed here from Arizona while touring a few colleges between DC and Baltimore. The hotel was close enough between Baltimore and DC that it wasn't strenuous to drive back and forth and have a place to comfortably and affordably lay our heads at the end of the day. The breakfast spread was wonderful a range of offerings from protein and carbs for all dietary needs.

We stayed the night and parked here for our cruise. Excellent driver to the port. The ride back went smooth! We called, driver picked us up and since it was still early enough offered for us to go in and have breakfast. Rooms were clean, very appealing and the staff was so friendly!

Although the water shut off at the start of our stay - making it difficult to get ready for wedding rehearsal, everything else was fine. The breakfast was a little lack luster but was decent. The rooms were generally clean but smelled of chlorine and the air struggled to get the room cool. The staff were plesant and accomodating. Parking was a struggle, competing with the local pub.

Overall, this was a nice best western. I stayed here with my fiancé and father for one night. The room was nice, and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that the bathtub was extremely dirty (in an otherwise clean bathroom) from a prior guest. We didn't say anything because it was late when we got back to our room and noticed it. Extremely unacceptable. Everything else was great.

This hotel is extremely busy but the staff handle it with ease and are very friendly. The rooms are clean and what they all are now. The bathroom has only lighting at the sink so shower is dark and small. This hotel is due for a make over but is well kept with the age. The breakfast is waaayyy small area for the amount of people. The restaurant on site is really good. It is also very very busy. This is apparently a popular flight crew hotel. Would stay again. We utilized the park and cruise. Even shuttle to Port. All was organized and what they promised.

Very Clean modern spacious hotel room.. I had a king bed with a sofa and chair. They offered breakfast. Check in was very quick.no issues ..I had a great weekend especially when it was booked at the last minute. The hotel was very quiet good restaurants near by with my favorite dish crab cakes .

We stayed here twice lately, due to flights out and in of BWI. We are Best Western members and this one is just not that great. The good: Shuttle to and from airport is good. Restaurant in same parking lot if you don't have a car. Nice serve yourself breakfast. The Bad: Windows do not open, so you must run noisy A.C. all the time. Bathrooms are SMALL, and have little to no ventilation, no place to hang hand towels next to sink. Rooms are cluttered with too much furniture, very tight room. Bad lighting in bathroom, and bedroom area too. Our last stay...room needed a good vacuum and the A.C. unit hasn't been wiped down in months. We won't go back.

We stayed here prior to departing from BWI early in the AM. Check in/out was very efficient and we had a good night's sleep despite the early morning. A quick 10 minute ride from the long term parking and slightly closer to the airport. Highly recommend!

We used this hotel before and after our flights out of BWI. Both ways we needed shuttle service in the middle of the night. The overnight staff was so incredibly pleasant and accommodating. Even though I was too early for breakfast (2 am), they made me coffee, gave us bottled waters and bananas before leaving for the airport. The airport shuttle driver was so nice and picked us up promptly. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. The park and fly price is a super bargain and the restaurant next store is an added bonus. We left our car at the hotel for two weeks without incident. I would highly recommend this hotel!

All expectations were met. We stayed the night before our cruise, shuttle was excellent, parked our car for the entire cruise. It is a safe area, excellent breakfast,nice pool nice rooms restaurants were about 5 minutes away. Will use this hotel again for another cruise.

Overall a great place to stay. Nice staff, great breakfast, clean room. The shuttle service is second to none. Hotel needs some repair as in elevator and phone system but ultimately not a major problem. Hopefully the FIX will be in next time around.

this hotel is one where the pilots stay. A very nice hotel with a very nice pub beside it. the rooms are very warm and inviting. the beds and comforter make you feel like you are on a cloud. we had a great breakfast in the morning to top it off. this hotel can't be beat for value or comfort.

This Best Western is good for a park, sleep and fly. The rooms are clean if a little small. The breakfast is good although limited and the shuttle service to BWI is excellent. Unfortunately the designated smoking area is out back, not under cover, and we had to pull some chairs out of the pool area to have something to sit on. Hope that they can do better in the future to meet the needs of all their guests.

This hotel is convenient to BWI Airport. There is a free shuttle to the airport that runs on the half hour. Both times we took the shuttle the drivers were courteous and professional. The room was very nice with a large refrigerator and a microwave. Breakfast was very good. I used the treadmill in the 24 hour fitness center and it worked well. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. There is a sports bar just outside the hotel where it is possible to get food or takeout. Overall, we were quite impressed with this hotel.

Visited Washington with a group tour and stayed 3 nights at this hotel. It was a good stay, nice clean rooms and free breakfast was added benefit. Convenient location to get into Washington every day and back.

My two teenagers and I stayed here last night. There's plenty of parking. The room was clean. The beds were full-size but comfortable. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because while the A/C did work, it didn't blow cold air but rather cool air instead. The mall and casino are about 15 minutes away. BWI is also about 15 minutes away. I will say that check-in was great. The woman that checked us in was the same woman that checked us out. She was very friendly! She greeted us with a smile and we chatted about the free WiFi and how kids always want to know the password upon check-in. She could relate because she has an 11 year old. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 2 nights pre cruise and will never stay at any Best Western again. Requested to move to another room the first night due to musty smell and non working air conditioning. Front desk didn't seem very concerned about the conditions. Was moved to another floor and was kept awake both nights with families and kids playing and screaming in the hallway. Front desk once again wasn't concerned even after complaints from multiple guests. Location is bad especially if you don't have your own transportation. Nothing nearby except the restaurant next door. Vent in room very dirty causing sinus headaches. Breakfast was good and bed was comfortable but there are better choices elsewhere.

The location is OK. Not to far from Arundel mills but a 10-20 min drive to other places. There are some great seafood grabs in the area. The staff is always smiling and greeting you in a warm manor. The rooms are very spacious.

Stayed here 5 nights. Very convenient, room was clean, good sized pillows, quiet despite all the motorcycles from the Rolling Thunder group staying there, good restaurant just across parking lot, very good (better than most) hot fresh breakfast. A good place to stay.

Convenient, clean, comfortable, and wonderful breakfast choices. The staff was very friendly and not just in an "It's part of my job" kind of way. The decor and bathroom amenities were definitely cuts above what we expected.

WE purchased the bundle stay with 9 days of parking included and a shuttle to and from the Cruise Terminal. The Hotel was a very positive experience from the moment we arrived. The check-in was fast. The room was clean and fresh. It was very quiet in the evening despite having 60+ Middle school students staying there for their trip to D.C. The breakfast was very good. The shuttle arrangements to the Cruise terminal was very organized and on time for both the drop off and the pick up. We will definitely stay there again when cruising out of Baltimore.

I often travel for work and leisure. I like those early morning flights but I live over an hour away from the airport and airport parking is expensive. I love this service at Best Western. Always an awesome experience!

From my arrival for park and cruise, I could not have had a better experience. The desk attendant was excellant and ver professional. the shuttle drivers were most helpful. I was well pleased for the customer serice was excellant from the time I entered until the day on which I left.

Shuttle from hotel arrived within 15 mi utes of being requested.Driver was very courteous and helpful. Checking was speedy and clerk provided very helpful information..Room was clean and comforatable. I will definitely use this hotel again.

I've stayed here so many times. I love coming to this hotel. I had to call downstairs multiple times last night, the last being around 2:30am bc someone was banging on my door then running down the stairwell. Waking me out of a dead sleep. I was in room 400, right near the stairwell. I heard them running down those stairs. They were playing their version of ding dong ditch. With just one person working here at night, how can you catch this childish, incredibly rude and inconsiderate person? Then I'm woken at 8am from the housekeepers with whatever it is they use to knock on the doors while yelling "housekeeping" multiple times. Then the vacuum. I have been trying to nap for the last 2 hours. All I can hear is the housekeepers talking, well yelling, to each other down the hall over their vacuums. I wish I could record and post it here. So loud. So inconsiderate. People get in late. It's a hotel. People try to sleep in hotels. I understand they have a job to do, I completely understand that. But is it necessary to bang loud and talk to each other in Spanish down the hall? They could close the doors while they vacuum that unit as well. Just some tips. I had gone downstairs at 8:30am to explain how exhausted and frustrated I am from being woken up in the middle of the night, then again at 8am. The young lady, at the front desk, wasn't even listening to what I had to say. Nobody gives a crap. If she would have showed a little compassion and showed that she generally cared about my stay here at her place of work, I would have never written a bad review. I can't blame you for kids being little punks, knocking on doors and fleeing down the stairwell. You may want to hire some night time security to help out in rough situations like that. I'm exhausted. I don't land in Indy until 11:30pm tonight. I maybe got 4 hours of sleep. When I set my alarm, I originally had 9 hours and 20 mins of sleep. Unfortunately that did not happen. I'm pretty upset about the way I was blown off about my horrible night here. I pay to sleep here. And I did not get any sleep. The can driver was late. I asked for a 12:30 sure to the hotel. We didn't leave until 12:40. The other flight attendant in the can told me that she was woken up by the housekeepers at 8am as well. I did hear that there is new management at this Best Western plus. I didn't think that would matter. But the flight attendant in the van with me mentioned that to me today. She said ever since it changed hands, it's gone down hill. I know as a flight attendant I get a discounted price to stay here. But no matter what I pay, I pay so I can get some rest. And I most certainly didn't get rest last night.

They had me sign a no smokeing in in the room slip and even tho I didn't smoke in the room they still took $300 out of my bank account saying that I did i ask could they look at the camera to see me going in and out the room to smoke but they didn't they just took my money with no proof that I smoked in the room

Not verbally recognized as a rewards member(stayed there several times and this was nothing new). The cable was freezing the tv screen and I was told to turn off the box, then to reset the box(I did not travel that far to play Direct tv technician). Staff member came to room and tried 1 or 2 things then brought another box from storage which did not work either. We had to wait around for @ 1 hour listening to excuse after excuse. We finally had to leave to attend a function. We were told he was going to find another box but when we went downstairs he was checking other customers in! We felt thoroughly disrespected. We felt that once our $$$ was taken, our satisfaction was secondary if at all.

Everytime I stay here, I always get traated awesome. The rooms are big and beds are super comfortable! The staff always goes out of they way of helping you. They also offer shuttle service! Always in Baltimore, I stay here!

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Arundel Mills. The rooms were clean and the service was excellent. Kathleen at the front desk went out of her way to provide directions to various places in the area. Victor provided outstanding service at breakfast. The waffles are wonderful. He make sure that our breakfast was enjoyable. Highly recommend this Best Western.

Nice Best Western Plus hotel, reception area and hallways very impressive, the room was neatly clean and has updated amenities, loved the bathroom decor. Location isn't visible from main road, but is nearby Arundel Mills Outlet and The Live Casino, plenty of restaurants and fast food places. Small issue with hotel parking lot, it's pretty tight finding parking because there is a restaurant on their premises, overall the hotel is very nice.

We stayed here for a sleep/park/fly. When we arrived at 7:30pm the entire parking lot was full. We circled for 15 minutes with 4 other cars while following people to their cars to get their spot. We had 2 young children who were tired and ready for bed. When I told them at the front desk that there were no spots, they said it happens all the time and to park in illegal spots... but they were already taken too. The front desk employee begrudgingly moved his illegally parked car so we could park SOMEWHERE. We were told we had to move it before we left on our trip which happened to be 3:30am. When we arrived back at the airport, it took 25 minutes in the freezing cold for the shuttle to arrive. I'd definitely recommend another hotel with guaranteed parking that's closer to the airport. Not worth the money!

We booked this hotel for the night before a Carnival cruise--- one night, parking for our cars while on the cruise, and shuttle service to and from the dock. It was fabulous! The rooms were clean and attractively decorated, the common area was pleasant, the pool was fun for the kids, the breakfast was hearty (protein included) and constantly refilled. The breakfast staff was pleasant and helpful--- worked hard to keep the area moving and well stocked. Our boarding was delayed several hours and the staff at the front desk arranged for us to leave our rooms late, use the pool and exercise room, and arranged for late shuttles. The staff remained pleasant and helpful despite the unhappiness of the cruisers :-) I cannot say enough good about this hotel! We will stay again--- anytime in the area!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The place is clean especially my room. I like the added convenience in the room of having a refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. They offered decent breakfast and assortment of fruits and drinks.

I stayed here this week doe now night. Reservation was made for me. Check in easy. Elevators right in lobby. Room was very clean; everything needed was there. Remote control was cleaned and in paper also. Bathroom clean with everything needed. However there is only one light in bathroom, not real dark but most places have more light. Sleep quality good. Used fitness center, able to complete workout without problems. Pool was OOS for maintenance. Breakfast buffet OK, not the best or worst. It has been a long time since I stayed at BW, very surprised on their upgrades. Would recommend and return.

My reservation was made due to flight cancellation and having to change airports at last minute. What a great find. Large comfortable room; dinner at the bar was most pleasant and relaxing. Morning shuttle was prompt. I would suggest the hotel add a few more directional signs to find the elevators and rooms as well as the computers to print out boarding passes. I got lost--the hotel is quite large and open. I found a friendly Security lady who advised me where to find the computers and restaurant. This is not what I would consider an "economy" hotel.

Fairly new hotel, rooms are very nice, and good hot breakfast. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff at the front desk. Parking is a bit tight at times. Some good places to eat not too far away. An Irish Pub next door

Very nice hotel, very professional staff. The drivers were very helpful. Having a restaurant right door that stayed open later than 10pm was very convenient.. Breakfast hours could be longer. Over all, very nice experience.

Very prompt shuttle after call. Great checkin in Mo at front desk. Good variety and good food at breakfast. Attendant at breakfast making sure everything was perfect. Pilot from plane ahead of us at checkin and desk employee had him ready to go when he walked in - familiar face. Nice touch.

I was misinformed from several individuals on the Hotel Van service. I was told the van would take me to my meeting. I came down at 6:30 am to verify they could take me at 10:00 am, the driver and front desk confirmed that they could and would. Then the driver calls at 10:00 am and says that he can't. Had to call an Uber and was 45 minutes late for my meeting.

Great hotel to park and cruise in Baltimore area. Friendly and helpful staff. Have shuttle to cruise port, airport and area buainesses. Inside pool for cold weather. Breakfast was good. Coffee is avaliable in lobby all the time.

We had an early flight so we stayed the night before. Our stay included airport parking. The shuttle dropped us off at our terminal. It runs every 30 minutes. As a bonus there is a nice fast casual type restaurant on site. Our room was nicely furnished and comfortable. If you live any distance away and need a room with airport parking this is a good choice.

I live 90 minutes from BWI and the only reason I picked this hotel was because it was close to BWI and had a shuttle. I had a late flight coming in at midnight., traveling with my family including my child and wanted him to get to bed ASAP. We collected our luggage at 12.05 and called the shuttle, was told 15-20 min. At 12.25, called again told we may have missed the shuttle and told another 15 min. Not really sure how, since I was standing at gate 5 and my wife at gate 7 so that we wont miss with the construction at BWI. At 12.40 again was told another 10 minutes. Finally we left the airport at 12.55. On asking the driver why he was so late, he was kindd enough to suggest we could have taken Uber if we can't wait- a real helpful suggestion to a diamond member. If I had known it was going to take 45 minutes for shuttle, I would have taken Uber or I would have been three quarters of my way home if I had chosen not to stay with you- it was a waste of over $100 for me. We were finally at the hotel well after one hour. A very bad experience overall with your staff and shuttle service. I am not a travel newbie, I travel for work and have spent over 75 nights in hotels this year, across every major city in the US and this by far has been my worst experience.

Arrived into BWI in the the middle of the night due to holiday travel and weather delays. Called to see if any rooms were available and the young man pulled up my previous stay and quickly made me a reservation. On arrival I Was checked in quickly and was offered a king bed. He was friendly and fast! I was ready to get into bed after a long day of flying. Thr next day I called front desk and the woman kindly gave me late checkout since I had come in at 2am. Great experience every time I stay here!

We planned this trip by location and convenience to the mall areas and restaurants. This worked out great for the kids for entertainment and us parents for shopping and the dinner theater. I was good to be close but yet far enough away for a quiet evening at the pool.

This is a great hotel and the staff is excellent. The hotel is near a lot of places to eat an shop if you need it and only 15 minutes away from the airport which is close enough not to hear the planes

Everything was Great! The employees were helpful and nice. The hotel was super clean. The room was very comfortable! We were there for a lacrosse showcase at Troy Park. It was super close since we had to be there super early. It was close to a lot of things other then the park as well.Entire complex was clean and inviting.We would recommend to everyone.

My wife and I stayed here the night before our flight out of BWI. The front desk staff were very friendly and check-in went smoothly. The shuttle to the airport was exactly on time and the driver was nice and helpful with our luggage. The hotel is clean and breakfast was very good. There's a great restaurant next door to the hotel called the Stained Glass Pub. You have to try one of their pizzas. Is was very good. We will probably stay here whenever we have an early morning flight out of BWI.

I was going on a cruise with my family and needed a hotel for 1 night and a place to park the car for the week. The hotel was great and had a great place to eat right next door. The service was great and the breakfast was great. the staff were very helpful with any of your needs. The pool looked very inviting but did not have time to enjoy. would definitely stay there again.

We wanted to reduce our stress prior to leaving on a cruise. We were worried about where we would park our car and getting to the cruise on time. We went up a day prior to the cruise and stayed at the Best Western. The best part was that they kept our car while on the cruise and provided a shuttle to the cruise. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We had a great night's sleep and enjoyed a great breakfast before leaving. The shuttle picked us up and got us to the cruise in plenty of time. They loaded the luggage into the shuttle and then loaded it directly with staff to have it placed in our room on the cruise. The staff at Best Western was wonderful and professional. Our cruise was extended due to a storm, and the hotel staff assured us that our car would be taken care of and ready for us when we returned. The hotel shuttle picked us up quickly after leaving the cruise and delivered us back to our car in the hotel parking lot. I would never take a trip without staying at the Best Western and letting them take care of everything.

The motel staff are great, and were very helpful, accommodating and cheerful, both when staying overnight and again when arriving to pick up our car.. It is a nice place to stay and leave the car parked before flying out of Baltimore Washington airport.

When my daughter was looking for a host hotel for her wedding, we came upon this property. We were completely surprised by what a great choice it was. This hotel was clean, roomy, comfortable, reasonably priced and the staff was excellent. This hotel helped to make the weekend a huge success.

This is a great hotel to stay at near BWI. Staff is very friendly and the hotel provides shuttle service. Hot breakfast buffet-very good. Next door is a restaurant with pub, with great bartenders and delicious food & drinks.

Hotel was very clean and convenient. The morning shuttle to the airport was amazing! We were disappointed with the return shuttle from the airport back to the hotel. There was a lack of communication from the hotel staff and we felt like we had a bit of a run around. Instead of waiting for the shuttle who just left us even though we waved him down and he was not yet full, we called an Uber. It was a long day of travel and was not worth waiting the 30 more minutes for the shuttle to return.

The front desk are always pleasant and smiling and because I stay often the key is already waiting, I sign the paperwork and off to my room. The staff are very patient and helpful when I have questions or need extended checkout. The rooms are always cleaned to perfection and they clean the remote.

Hotel gave us everything a traveler could ask for. Clean rooms....friendly staff. Breakfast was decent and the location is adequate. Wi-fi was typical of any hotel...no better no worse. Am I at 200 characters yet?

If there was a zero star option I would use that for my rating. My family and I stayed with this hotel for a night before our flight. We called the hotel in advance to make sure my father (who needs a wheelchair) had an ADA room. After one of the most painful phone calls with the most unhelpful staff, we were told we would get an ADA room with a king bed. We arrived at the hotel and were told that all the ADA rooms were sold out and that since we booked through a third party site we didn't get an ADA room. The call we had made to guarantee the was to the HOTEL its self so this is just a rehearsed line spewed to explain any problem. My father requires the room and to be told, on the day of check in that none were available is unacceptable. This is truly the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I have stayed at many hotels.

I will start off by saying the breakfast was the ONLY good about this hotel. I booked this room 3 weeks before our stay, with a travel ball team so there was 10 rooms booked at discount. I clearly explained to them the credit card I was using was to just to hold the room that I was paying cash for upon checkout. There were issues with that about a paper not being faxed back, ok maybe that was my fault, but NOT once did they tell me they didn't accept cash!!! A mom that was there with us put it on her CC problem solved, so I thought, when I booked the room I asked for 2 beds. When I got to the room it was a king size bed ( there were 4 of us) so I kindly asked for a cot, there wasn't any available, ok they were pretty busy, so I asked for extra blankets, none available and there wasn't any extra in our room. By this time I'm getting frustrated because I felt like they weren't trying to help out at all. So by the time 3 of us got showers we needed extra towels, well guess what? there were none available!!

We stayed here pre and post cruise. Shuttle from airport to hotel and shuttle to port was quick and pleasant. Katherine at the hotel desk was excellent! Very pleasant and very helpful. Room was very clean and breakfast was good. Would stay here again cruising out of Baltimore.

This is well maintained luxerious hotel in washington DC.It is nearly 45 minute drive from wasington international airport.Rooms are quite cean and service is excellent.Surrounding is also pleasunt with greenery arround

Lovely hotel, nice clean rooms, nice looking pool although didnot use, weight room, wonderful breakfast, very friendly staff. We used the park car with provided shuttle to cruise. Well organized, very effiecient and friendly driver and only waited 15 mins for pick up after call.

And thats at best. Upon arrival, the front desk staff could not answer any of our questions. Most unhelpful. Prior to sleep, we proceeded to the restaurant across the street which turned out to be more of a noisy bar. Returned to room to sleep and found bed one of most uncomfortable we ever slept in. Evens sheets were rough and pilled! Other than great shuttle service, I would not recommend staying here. Tons of other hotels to chose from in better areas.

The hotel was very nice. Everything was clean. Full breakfast was very nice with ample choices. All in our family were able to find something to their liking. Restaurant was also nice. Service good, food good. A bit noisy but its a sports bar so that can be expected. Hotel staff very polite and courteous. All requests were immediately handled.

This place is ok for the money. The eating area for breakfast is very small so I would recommend going down earlier if you want to eat. We were very disappointed Bc the hot tub was not open. After looking at the pictures my husband and I were looking forward to getting in only to find it covered. The pool is nice but small for the amount of people using it. The bathrooms only had the light over the mirror which made for shaving in the dark shower difficult. This was our first time staying at a best western plus and figured we would try it. Next time we come up to visit our family we will be trying a different hotel. The staff was great and it was very clean so for a night it was horrible but I've stayed at better.

The Best Western Plus BWI Airport Hotel - Arundel Mills, Elkridge is great deal if you are flying out of BWI airport and would like to park your car for the duration of your trip. The hotel is very comfortable, the staff is professional, and there is a free shuttle every half hour to take you to the airport. A great program and hotel.

Stayed at hotel due to a family party next door at the Stained Glass Pub. The hotel is right off of rt. 100 and rt. 1. 4 floors, free wifi. Parking is tight when both hotel and pub are busy. Check in and out were fast. Breakfast is like most hotels. Some hot hotels, breads, pastries, cereals, fruit, coffee, milk, juice. Room was okay. Normal size for most hotels, It was clean. Beds that we had were a little softer than firm which helped our bad backs out. Room has tv,, small fridge, bathroom, single cup coffee maker, closet, dresser, night stand. Only complaints is that they should try to get better windows for rooms, depending on flight pattern, you can hear the planes coming and going from airport and should look into getting a lobby store for goodies. The vending machine on our floor was not working. Overall a good experience with some minor tweaking needed.

We booked this hotel on numerous recommendations from others about they're Park and cruise program. Check-in was pleasant and quick, the room was immaculate and bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay again the next time we cruise from Baltimore.

Use the BW+ often. Always a seamless experience and the staff is friendly . Airport pick up is never more than a 15 min wait. Gym is pretty good and breakfast is not bad either. It's a standard continental breakfast with good choices, my only complaint is the biscuits are usually rock hard.

Walked in to our hotel room room 201. I turned on the light and a cockroach crawled under the tv stand and a bunch of flies flew away. We walked out. The front desk offered us another room and I said no thanks. We drove an extra 1.5 hours and picked a different hotel chain. Where there is one cockroach there are many. I don't like giving bad reviews but in all my travels, I have never seen a cockroach in a hotel until this past weekend.

They have a great program where you stay one night, either before or after your trip, and you can leave your car there. The shuttle drivers are very personable and do a good job getting you to and from the airport quickly, at all crazy hours. On this most recent trip, we had to take the 4am shuttle to the airport, and then called for pickup around 1:30 am. The driver was there in less than 1 minutes to pick us up.

Probably the nicest Best Western we've stayed in. Highly recommend!! Pretty room. Nice finishes in bathroom. Thick and plenty of towels. Lovely soaps and lotions. Seattle's Best coffee in room. Nice linens.

We rolled in to the Best Western at midnight due to car trouble, and just wanted a room for the night. It's off of a side road and a side road but not particularly hard to find, just a short drive from the mall and a slightly longer one from the airport. It seemed a little pricy for a cut rate hotel, but I guess this is the internet era where you're expected to go searching for every discount. I will say the room was clean and the king bed was phenomenally comfortable. This is an average place, but I'm bumping them up a star just for that bed. The Wi-Fi was easy to use, and the free breakfast had a lot of choices. I used the shuttle to go to the airport rental car station. I gather you have to sign up for the shuttle, but it was after rush hour so I had it all to myself and we left as soon as I hopped in. If you need a basic airport hotel, this one will do.

Convenient location by Interstate. Very quiet and comfortable. Fast and easy and friendly check in and check out. Nice free breakfast. Room very clean and nicely appointed. Love this place! Lots of parking around the front and back of the building. Safe!

Breakfast was much more than we expected especially since we needed it at 5:30am! We used the shuttle service and it was great - the driver was so pleasant and helpful. What a great value! Weather necessitated that we get to airport the night before our morning flight; I randomly chose this hotel. Some of the benefits was that it was a park & ride, with shuttle service to and from the airport. It also had a morning breakfast bar, so we could get a bite to eat before our flight. The room was reasonable (~$170.00 including tax) booked the day we were to check in, including 6 days of parking. The room was impeccable, check-in quick, had an indoor pool which looked clean and inviting, a small business area with computers and printers. There was a room-service menu, as well as a bar next to the hotel. The shuttle was there when we arranged for us leaving; when we returned, we called the hotel and they came and got us immediately. No complaints from us at all— the car was there, safe, where I left it. The morning breakfast bar was the usual— scrambled or hard boiled eggs, a variety of toasts, muffins, pastries, bagels; bacon or sausage, sausage-gravy, waffles, yogurts, fresh whole fruits, cold cereal, coffee, tea, juices. The hotel is in a quiet rural area, off the beaten path. I would definitely use this hotel again. The do have a loyalty program—looking forward to using it!!

Though I've reviewed this location, before, it was 2 yrs ago & just want to point out, it's still the BEST service! The staff treats you like you're a member of their family. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, & well stocked with toiletries that you may have forgotten to pack. I booked group rooms, which were attended by 83 people! We were all going on a cruise, the next day. They allowed us to party, in the lobby area, where the breakfast is served. The continental breakfast is the BEST I've ever had offered by a hotel, for free. They were extremely organized in getting everyone to the cruise port, when we wanted to. When the cruise was over, they continued shuttling us until we were all back to our cars. The cars were parked in a safe area, while we were cruising. The Stained Glass Pub, is located next to it & Timbuktu Restaurant is 1/2 mile. I will definitely continue to use this location, for ourselves, if flying or cruising & booking groups, as everyone was happy! A special thank you to Tina Coma. She certainly knows her job & it's obvious that her main goal is to please clients!

Love the location as it was closer to an event we attended Saturday night so we would not have to drive all the way home. The room was beautiful and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helped my husband with locating a place to get something to eat before going to our event. We would definitely come back here

This hotel is clean and we'll decorated. There is a free breakfast and a swimming pool with fitness centre. There is a restaurant/tavern on site. A recommended pre or post stay. There is free transport, with very courteous drivers, to and from the airport/cruise port.

Able to reserve a King Suite just before Thanksgiving week. It was a short drive to my sister-in-law's in Elkridge. They were very accomodating and were able to put us on the same floor as my MIL. Rooms were clean. According to MIL, breakfast was good. I never made it up ontime for breakfast! Staff was very friendly. Planning on getting a Park and Cruise room there in November before our Carnival Pride cruise!!

Great place to stay, people are friendly, they speak to you by name, pool area is perfect, breakfast was fresh and area well managed. I would stay here every time I come to Baltimore. Shuttle service is great; close within 15 minutes even with traffic.

We needed to stay close to the airport and thought this would be a good location to stay. The place was average and not as close to the hotel when you have to take a taxi and forget public transit. Uber and Lyft are plentiful but next time we'll stay in town and take the tram out to the airport.

Hotel is very clean. Shuttle is smooth to cruise port. Breakfast is decent. Nothing to complain about. My daughter enjoyed the indoor pool and I enjoyed the gym. Front desk not that great but the housekeeping staff is great.

Never fails to deliver excellent service at a great price. Cruise port service punctual and new vehicle immaculate. Room had king instead of two queens, but very clean. Free wifi and buffet breakfast a plus.

The hotel was clean, only stayed one night before the cruise. Problems with coming to pick us up after cruise, long unnecessary 1 hour 5 min. wait in the cold. After many calls by many customers, and many excuses by staff, they finally arrived. If you don't mind waiting, or only use hotel for sleep I'd say you would be fine!

If you want a great hotel to stay, park and then cruise in Baltimore, this is the one! Hotel is easy to find and has a great restaurant next door for dinner. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and the breakfast is better than most. I can not say enough great things about the amazing experience we had staying at this hotel!

Stayed here the night before flying out of BWI on a ten day trip. We got a package on ParkSleepFly that included up to 2 weeks of parking with the single night. They offer 24 hour shuttle service (every half hour departure from the hotel) which includes pickup from the airport. After calling, only had to wait about 15 minutes for the shuttle. All staff including the driver were very friendly. The bed could have been more comfortable.

We use Park Sleep Fly and we have been coming back to this hotel for years. Nice friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast. Could not be a better experience all around. Next time around we are looking forward to being part of the Best Western family.

I chose this hotel for business overnight stays along with personal choice to keep my car in their parking lot for long trips. The hotel is conveniently located to the airport and pick up upon return flight I rarely have to wait long.

Why didn't Trip Advisor report what I had to say about this hotel? The parking prices are unfair. I had to pay $ 168.00 for 6 days.This price I was told covered a shuttle bus to the airport.Most hotels include the shuttle service and you tip the driver both ways. This is not New York City.I asked for a refund but no answer

It's very convenient to stay and leave your car during your trip. Our room was nice, the breakfast (which is available very early) had a lot of options, the shuttle service to and from the airport went very well and our car was safe while we were gone. Got there kind of late in the evening so didn't check out the restaurant everyone mentions - next time. We will definitely stay again.

Despite poor signage we were able to find the hotel. Stained Glass Pub is an excellent place to eat right there at the hotel. I wish I brought my bathing suit to use the pool. It looked like a better than average hotel pool (bigger)

This hotel is used on our annual trip with friends because of its location, quality, pricing. It is right near the airport making it very convenient to fly in and out of, it is priced reasonably. It has a very nice breakfast in the mornings. They always pick us up at the airport and bring us to the hotel and it provides transportation to wherever we go on the next leg. They make recommendations for places to eat where the food is good and reasonably priced.

We stayed overnight before our flight to Florida, the resturant next door, Stained Glass Pub was excellent and convienant. Left our car parked for 10 days and shuttled to/from airport with no problem. Car was safe and shuttles on time.

The room was cery clean, comfortable, and quiet. Outside we xould hear the pkanes from BWI but never heard anything at night. The breakfast was very good. We also tried the restaurant next door. It was busy but had great food and quick service.

Went with family to cruise out of Baltimore. Found they did have a shuttle but we chose to park at port. Booked because of location and pool for the grandchildren. Close to mall for any items needed. Longhorn Steakhouse great food. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Excellent staff and amenities - lovely room, wonderful pool, great breakfast - AND shuttles to and from the airport! This is a very convenient and enjoyable place to stay. I highly recommend it! There is also a great pub located only a few feet from the hotel which serves excellent food and beverages.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Plus BWI. Rooms were cozy, comfortable and clean. There were many options for breakfast and many were healthy options. The hotel staff were attentive and courteous. Easy parking at the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel as part of their park, sleep, and fly package. When we arrived there was a mix up and they didn't have our reservation. After looking over my paperwork, the Assistant Manager Ryan and his coworker Diane were extremely helpful. They took great care of us and even upgraded our room for free. In the evening we wanted to take the shuttle to the local casino, however, the shuttle bus driver was busy picking people up from the airport. So the Asst. Manager (Ryan)himself took us on a separate shuttle. When we returned from our trip the shuttle driver (Jim Vance) could not have been more friendly or helpful. The hotel was very nice, but the customer service was AWESOME! We will be back.

Stayed there one night pre-cruise and was able to keep our car there while we went on 10-day cruise. All employees were very nice and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Took their shuttle to and from port. Had to wait about an hour to get picked up to get back to hotel.

Very nice BW Plus! Except for lighting, room was very comfortable. Had all we needed, fridge, microwave, table. Shower and bed above average. Airport shuttle went smoothly. Breakfast started at 5:30 and we were leaving then but there were enough things out that we could grab a quick bite before leaving. Will definitely stay again when flying out of BWI!

Very nice hotel and easy to access. This is a very good place to stay when cruising in fact probably the best park and cruise we have done and we have done a lot of them. I have no problem saying that this has been one of the best.

This is a very nice hotel for a moderate price. It is very clean and I just love the bathrooms. It was very peaceful and that's what I was looking for. The hotel has a lot of nice features and I would definitely stay again.

Rooms are very clean and have all the amenities that you would want. Although breakfast doesn't start until 6 AM (included), we were able to have coffee before getting our airport shuttle at 4 AM. The parking facilities are very good. There is a restaurant/bar right across the street which is very convenient. I've already made reservations there for our next trip by air.

Clean hotel, clean and comfortable room, everything in working order, very good hot breakfast. Booked through trinityreservations so we could get free parking for 21 days and free shuttle to/from the cruise port. Paid $129. Shuttle was on time and delivered us safely to the port. The return shuttle required us to call the hotel before they would send it which in my case required me to use my cell phone under international roaming rates.....hotel phone rang for several minutes before anyone answered and we waited 20 minutes for it to show up. Not a major complaint but it would have been nice to see a shuttle waiting when we got off like many other hotels and KD Elite shuttles (which are the best). Next time probably stay at a cheap place and just park at the port. Would definitely recommend this hotel for cruisers though, good value. Pub in the parking lot was just ok, staff was friendly but slow service (place was jammed full), food was below average but after a 9 hour drive I ate it.

We have stayed at this hotel on two occasions for the night before we were to leave on our cruise. Hotel staff are very pleasant and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The shuttle to and from the cruise terminal was excellent.

Convenient, comfortable, clean, a good value, and a good location. The shuttle service to the airport was efficient and the HVAC was antiquated and the linens were substandard but otherwise a good proposition for the money.

What a great experience we had here. Arrived a couple hours early and they still checked us in. Great staff at front desk and the breakfast crew was friendly. Was a really good free breakfast. Shuttle drives awesome, friendly and helpful. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Hotel was nicer than expected, The room and the overall hotel were clean. The pool area has a large pool and sauna, the hot tub seen in pictures has been covered up and is no longer available. The fitness center was well equipped. My reservation included parking, long term parking is located in the back of the hotel, there seemed to be many cameras located outside the hotel. The hotel is further from the airport than most, and in a more industrial area but was a short drive to Arundel mills or the airport.

Hotel staff was helpful. Rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was good but it does get crowded when hotel is full. Overall great value for the rooms. Pool was clean and well maintained. Fitness room has something for everyone

This hotel is beautiful, the bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the room overall was amazing. The front desk employees, as well as the airport shuttle drivers, were absolutely awesome; professional, friendly and extremely accommodating. We did the park and fly (for our trip to Australia) and I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone flying internationally, or for just a night out locally in the area. This hotel is the absolute best!

Stay was good. Busy with work, Breakfast was fine, Staff was great, Location was little far from the conventional center. Nothing was extra special. Rooms were comfortable. Internet was great. No complain. You can do some extra ordinary think like offering a welcomepackage with couple cookies etc.

We fly into and out of BWI when we must go to Central Pennsylvania. We always stay at the Best Western fthe night before our return flight. It is close to the airport. Staff is friendly and the breakfast bar is great.

I used the cruise and park feature of the hotel. They got me to the cruise port in a timely fashion and also picked me up from the cruise port in a reasonable amount of time. I would stay there again.

I arrived late-around 1100pm-and was told the van to the airport was full at the scheduled time I needed to depart. No one offered any assistance except to take a cab. This should have been mentioned as a possibility when I talked to the staff and booked the room. BOO!

the hotel staff was helpful upon arrival. The room as clean and pleasant. I signed up with the front desk for the airport shuttle and in the morning had a good breakfast at 5;30 am and took the shuttle to the baltimore airport just about 15 -20 minutes away. left my car for the 5 days that I was away and was picked up by the hotel upon return. Great service and easy.

Stayed here several time when flying out of Baltimore Washington Airport (BWI) Makes a long day a lot shorter. The hotel is nice and offers a nice breakfast in the morning. The free shuttle service is also a plus!

I recently spent 1 night here after an O's game in Baltimore. Fairly easy to find in the dark. My room was clean with updated furnishings and bedding. Bathroom was of ample size, modern with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. I had a quiet, comfortable night's sleep. I wish I was spending more than 1 night. I left before breakfast was served so I don't have any comments on that. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

The hotel is a good value for the money. Staff is friendly and courteous. Proximity to the airpot is convenient and hotel provides a van service to and from Baltimore Washington International Airport and to other local areas.

We stayed here both before and after a recent Alaska trip .... picked it because of the park and fly option.... friendly people..... great shuttle service...... we were leaving VERY early on a shuttle and the staff offered coffee, fruit and yogurt since we were missing the hot breakfast.... would use it again if we flew out of BWI.....

This place is very clean and staff was friendly. It is close to the mall and the casino. We stayed her before and I would recommend this place to others. Breakfast was OK but not fantastic. There is a restaurant next door but we did not go there on this visit.

First time staying at this BWI hotel and really picked it online for the appearance, location and the 14 days we could keep our car there for our vacation. Lobby very attractive and room was much more updated than I expected. Very comfortable bed. Used the shuttle service At 4:30 so missed the full hot breakfast. The morning staff was setting up and offered us coffee, cereal and yogurt while we were waiting for pickup. We will definitely stay here again.

Staying there was convenient and the restaurant next door was a good place for dinner. We left our vehicle while we were on vacation, which worked out well. The shuttle service getting back from the airport is kind of slow. We had two different couples coming back on different days. The other couple waited for 40 minutes and we waited for 30. The odd thing was the AC in our room. The hallways and our room were damp. The AC was working, it was cool, but it wasn't being dehumidified. It felt clammy, which was an uncomfortable feeling. For that reason I would consider trying another place next time we fly out of BWI.

We stay at this Best Western Plus Airport Hotel any time we fly out of BWI. Transportation to and from the airport is convenient, timely and very accommodating. Breakfast service is also nice. We also enjoy the restaurant next door a relaxing dinner.

This place is the best if you are flying out of or into BWI. Great park and fly option. Clean hotel. Nice staff. Great airport shuttle service. Very nice and reasonably priced restaurant right beside the hotel. Small workout room but tyrrr is a sauna. We stay here every time we fly out of BWI.

I will start at the beginning. My reservation was made by an event coordinator who said I needed to call the hotel to confirm. Called the hotel and was greeted by one of the rudest women I have ever encountered. I explained why I was calling and I heard "NAME". I gave my name. She said "DON'T HAVE THAT NAME" I asked for her to check again and was told "WE DON"T HAVE IT" and was put on hold and then hung up on. I called the event coordinator and she said it has to be there, so she called them and told me to call back and ask for Mobella. When I called I asked for Mobella the woman confirmed it was her, and I was told "LADY ALREADY CALL" and was hung up on again. This was the same woman I had spoke to the first time. When I checked into the hotel "Mobella" and who ever was working with her were sitting eating,chatting and laughing at the front desk. We were not greeted until they were finished talking. I guess we were interrupting. Finally checked in and the room at a glance seemed ok. I was wrong. Went to take a bath and the tub stopper didn't work so the tub wouldn't hold water. The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall when you pulled on the toilet paper, so you had to hold it in to use it. Didn't realize that the air conditioner didn't work until the next evening when I got back from my conference. Went to call the front desk to complain, but the phone in the room was dead. It didn't work at all. We opened the window in the room to get some air and it did not stay open (it was a big window) and as it was slamming down my son tried to grab it to keep it from breaking, and smashed and cut his finger. I went down to the front desk to see if they had a first aid kit and I was told no, but was given a gauze pad that could fit around your leg, and no tape or antibiotic. I explained what had happened and and the girl at the desk said nothing and was really not concerned. We checked out the next morning thank goodness. Never again.

Not a bad place for that night before your flight or for the unexpected layover due to weather or airline incompetency. The 24 hour shuttle was the real draw here. I've been at hotels for that unexpected airport overnighter where the makeup flight is way early and they can't shuttle you there in time. A good airport shuttle is almost as critical as a decent room. They had a good shuttle. The room was decent and comfortable. Check-in was straightforward, pretty much like any other hotel which isn't a compliment. I don't understand how hotels have yet to figure out the automated kiosk yet. Do they really think that person at the counter who is glossy eyed and more fixed on the screen than the guest makes the experience more special? Here's an obvious mystery revealed: your hotel is in the middle of nowhere. It's not at the heart of your state's tourism. Apart from the one restaurant and a vending machine, there is no retail commerce. You are a modest priced, facility rated as okay. You are not attracting the most customer driven employees. They are neither problem solvers or compassionate Jesuits. It's just their job. I get that. Their job is so specific and their ability to make outside the box decisions is limited by policy and what the computer says they can do. They are not going out of the way for anybody. So why not get them out of the way of the guests? This is the perfect person to replace with an automaton as their work is pretty much robotic already. Take a look at how lousy the airline ticketing agents are, and how kiosks and mobile apps have replaced nearly all of them. Take notes. It's not just this hotel. Nearly all hotels have this defect. Those who practice elite customer service go to the elite hotels. The rest take the paycheck and contemplate where their life went wrong. Do I exaggerate? I couldn't help notice the broken up cracker bits around the seating benches near the check-in desk of this hotel. They were there when I checked on around 6 PM. They were still there and had been tacked around the area 11 hours later. The dark hard surface flooring made them glaringly obvious. Thirty seconds with a dust mop and this review may have another star. It wasn't repulsive, but it suggested that cleanliness isn't priority one which is a concern when choosing hotels. You have to ask why nobody chose to do a quick sweep? Not your job? Union rules? Indoor floor blindness? My point is that with staff like that, you may be better off hastening the check-in process with an equally personal, and faster kiosk system. Then use the front desk budget for a person without a mortal fear of sweeping. Better yet, invest in an Intellibot for your floors. All in all, the place was okay, but I did pick it with the thought that it was just one night. To that end, it did it's job, but nothing more.

good stay overall, breakfast had pancakes instead of waffles as i have had at other BW's , and they were a bit chewy, also no fruit was offered at breakfast room was clean and pleasant enough bathroom wallpaper was peeling off in some areas, closet closure was broken price point was a bit high but not bad, staff was very pleasant and helpful.

This hotel was perfect for our stay. The shuttle took us to the airport in a timely manner and picked us up as well. The breakfast was great. The staff was excellent and helped us get to Camden Yards pretty easily. Will definitely stay here again.

Called from baggage claim when we had an unexpected layover. They didn't tell us there are two Best Westerns associated with BWI so the shuttle took us to the wrong one and we had to Uber to the right one. All they had to do was say "Get on the white Best Western van, not the blue one." Staff was unapologetic and did nothing to make up for it.

Nice and clean hotel, a few problems of inconvenience, but staff was able to address. However they could have offered a price reduction or BW rewards points for guest inconvenience. Overall, nice hotel, nice breakfast, very good restaurant on premises, and great TV programs with Direct TV!

The Best Western Plus is a great place to stay if you're going to BWI Airport. They provide a free shuttle service to & from the airport. The rooms are clean, large & well appointed. There is a safe, refrigerator, coffee/tea & internet service in the room. A breakfast buffet is included with many choices. Parking is free up to 15 days with a night's stay. There is also an exercise room & indoor pool. We have stayed here many times & highly recommend it as a reasonably priced hotel.

This hotel is very clean and nice for a great price. I was thrilled with how quiet the room was - much quieter than normal hotels. Great area and easy parking which is always a plus. Right next to a really great little pub with great food as well and you can just walk across the parking lot.

Good value with close proximity to Baltimore where we needed to be for a baseball tournament. Beds were a little of the hard side and we are used to rooms that come standard with two queen beds instead of doubles. Otherwise, staff was friendly and hotel was clean.

We stayed at this hotel the night before and the return of our trip. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Airport shuttle was on time and the van itself was very clean. When flying out of BWI again will definitely use this hotel without any hesitation at all!!

This hotel was a joke. Sold out I got the 'last room' that smelled like the bottom of an old ashtray. Tried to move - no dice. Sold out. I was stuck with this joke of a room with no other choice. At $130/night, they should think about putting people up in rooms that are repugnant. No offer to compensate or reduce rate. This place is the worst.

The hotel is in the perfect location to park, stay and fly out of BWI. The parking is secure. The hotel is very nice and clean, and the employees are helpful and polite. Our family stayed here before our trip, leaving our vehicle parked while we were gone. Our return flight was delayed and eventually canceled, and we had made reservations to stay in the hotel when we returned. The front desk staff were so understanding and patient as we called to keep them updated on our arrival. They were so kind to us and assured us that they would send a shuttle to get us whenever we arrived at BWI. I would stay here every time we had to fly out of BWI.

We stay here every time we fly to/from BWI. Very well run hotel, very clean and is constantly being updated. We always sleep well - beds and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast in the morning always includes eggs and breakfast meats. The Stained Glass Pub is across the driveway and we have had many great meals there. The shuttle is dependable and the parking lot is safe to leave your car for a week or two. Highly recommend this hotel!

Restaurant right next door with exceptional food choices. Pool and conference area was clean and very nice.

We have stayed at this BW+ three times before for early shuttle to airport. Can park car for 14 days free plus cost of overnight stay. Always comfortable. Dependable shuttle. Restaurant across parking lot convenient but food quality is ordinary.

We stayed for one night only. Bath towels needs to be replaced with new ones. Breakfast was very good. A lot of variety to choose from. Area is quiet for a hotel near an airport. Overall our stay was an awesome one.. we will definitely come back here again

This was a wonderful experience! From our arrival to our departure, we found the staff we encountered to be very welcoming and helpful. The room was top-rate; it was comfortable, quiet, and afforded us an opportunity to relax. The bed was one of the most comfortable in any of our hotel experiences. Having a restaurant on site was great; the food and service there were excellent too.We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it.

Staff and quality of hotel (along with restaurant next door) are consistently above average. If something is not working or missing from room, maintenance is promptly taking care of any concerns. I travel primarily for business and this hotel has all the amenities I need, and appreciate!

It was a little difficult to locate but directions were good. Overall, service was very good. The room was clean and the 24/7 shuttle service was to the airport so you can take the train into Baltimore city.

This was a great hotel to stay at before my early morning flight. The price was fair especially when considering that my car was going to be parked there for a week. The room was really nice and shuttle service was fast and friendly. I had previously booked another hotel for the night but after seeing reviews on it canceled and found this instead. I was very glad I did as everything went smoothly and I had a good nights rest. Breakfast is what you'd expect from a hotel, there were a few pilots staying there too so it must be their preferred crash pad. Shuttle only took 10-15 minutes and my car had no damage or problems upon return.

This was a nice, clean and cozy hotel was stayed when visiting the Baltimore area. There are not many food options close to this hotel but the pub/restaurant looked very busy, although we did not try it. The breakfast was one of the best displays we've had at Best Westerns.

Came for a weekend of rest and relaxation - no appointments just rest. Enjoyed the breakfast very much. Enjoyed being tucked away from everything. Thoroughly enjoyed the room and the bed was wonderful!

We have stayed here many times while heading north after vacations or the winter in Florida. We love the location, the price, the clean rooms and a good full breakfast, to get us on our way. We also enjoy the Stained Glass Pub next door for dinner after a long day on the road.

Overall it was a good experience. It was a last minute choice and it payed off. Everyone was very polite. The hotel and the room were very clean. I would definitely recommend it and in a future probably I'll choose the same hotel.

My school took a recent trip to D.C. and this hotel was part of our trip package. This hotel accommodated fifty of my students very nicely. The check-in process was smooth, as well as the breakfast set up in the morning. I certainly commend the hotel staff for their patience with such large groups. On our second night there, there was multiple other school groups, which left us with quite noisy hallways on the 4th floor and a very congested breakfast in the morning. Not sure how often this happens, but if I were a guest, I would certainly want to be notified that this hotel caters to large groups to avoid a potentially noisy night. Overall, the hotel went above and beyond for our accommodations.

First impression walking in the door was that the hotel seemed newer and very clean. The check in staff seemed a bit distracted and it took a few minutes to be acknowledged even though there were 2 people at the desk. I soon figured out that one of the people appeared to be going through training so that made more sense. Once we got started, the new person, was attentive and courteous. I asked to verify, before even going up, that our room was feather free because of horrible experiences in the past. I have both asthma and allergies and have gotten ill from hotel pillows and bedding before. The woman called housekeeping to verify that everything was feather free, even indicating that she herself was allergic to a lot of things. Housekeeping told her that none of their pillows are feather. I won't lie. I was skeptical. However, after going to our room, my husband checked, and the pillows were all cotton!!! Hooray! I can't tell you how very happy that made me. The room was very clean. I have never stayed at a Best Western before and was really pleased with the toiletries. The papaya shampoo and conditioner smelled divine. The beds were comfortable as well and there was a smart tv with direct tv in the room. I have only one complaint for the room. That was the air conditioning/heater unit. This thing sucked. There is no thermostat. You have to just keep adjusting and guessing. I must've adjusted the temperature a dozen times. And it's loud which might be a plus for people that need that noise to sleep, but for me it was super annoying. They have an indoor pool that is supposed to be heated, however, my son was shaking when he got into the water, and other kids that were there were complaining of being cold, also. The maintenance man happened to walk in the area right after we got there. I asked him what temperature the water was supposed to be. He said he would look. A couple of minutes later, he came back and said that he turned it up. I'm not sure what level it was at to begin with. I asked him if it takes a while to heat up, and he said yes. The kids weren't willing to give up the pool, even when cold. I couldn't take it so I got into the sauna. Soon after, the grandma of the other children, asked if the kids could come in there with me to warm up, which was fine with me. The pool didn't get warmer while we were there, however, I do appreciate the man adjusting the temperature without complaining. I was very pleased with breakfast in the morning as the staff was very attentive and super nice. They had a small sign up saying that gluten free and dairy free options were available upon request. I asked if they had almond milk, and a nice woman said she thought so but upon looking said they were apparently out. She did apologize though and seemed upset that no one had informed her that they'd used the last so she could replace it. She offered me soy milk instead. I've never been to any hotel that offered me soy much less almond milk before so that is a huge plus plus for me. Overall, I would say this is a good choice to stay at.

This hotel is about a 15 minute shuttle ride which they provide 24 hours a day from the airport, it is away from the central area of the bwi hotel district, only a few choices of resteraunts to dine at nearby, one right beside hotel, rooms are large and have microwaves and mini fridges in them, breakfast was just ok, 2nd stay here, forst 3 years ago then I was very impressed with the selection, not this time, however it was good, coffee very weak.nice choice to stay at Good property

Our stay was very good. the hotel and rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel. We stayed there during an out of town trip and were able to leave our vehicle at the hotel and they had a shuttle from the hotel to the airport. It was a hassle free experience and great value.

My wife and I arrived at the hotel earlier than expected. It is around 11:30am, and we knew check in wasn't until 3, but we figured we could hang at the hotel pool or go to the bar if the room wasn't ready. Plus, it is a Friday morning and we saw absolutely no one around, so we thought it pretty likely that they weren't completely booked and a room would be available. We went to the front desk to check in, and without even taking our name and looking up our reservation, we were brashly told that he doesn't do check in until 3. I asked if we could give our name and check in early and just get the room keys at a later time, but he just cut me off and said he didn't have anything to check me into. We just drove several hours to get here and now have nowhere to go for the next 3.5 hours. No assistance was given. No suggestions on things to do. Absolutely horrible service. Will never stay here again.

The rooms are nice enough, if not particularly well-lit. Excellent breakfast setup, with a pancake machine. Staff could have been more friendly and outgoing... the desk clerk who checked me out never smiled and hardly said a word during our interaction.

My family lives down the road from this hotel and this was our first time staying here. Well it's safe to say that we will always stay at this Best Western hotel in Elkridge, Maryland. It was clean, clean smelling, and the breakfast was awesome!

Just brought a group of high school seniors. They were accommodating to our group. The breakfast was fantastic each day, pool was nice and rooms were clean. The staff was friendly as well. Our only complaint would be there wasn't a fan in the bathroom. It was tough to get dressed after a shower without a fan. We would definitely stay again.

While I had a squeaky bed, the rest of my accommodations were fine. The staff at this hotel goes out of their way to be pleasant and helpful to guests. My room was cleaned very well every day, and I got extra hangers right away when I requested them for my one-week stay.

Good location for our need. Comfy beds and pillows, spacious room, hot water and strong pressure. Amenities were nice. Good, cold AC. Very good breakfast, yay for the fruit and yogurt options and the coffee was good too. Nice place, friendly and helpful staff.

I felt like I had a partner with the hotel staff for a meeting of 18 people where everyone was flying in. Great meeting space. Great sleeping rooms. The best hotel staff I have ever worked with for a meeting. Restaurant actress the parking lot was superb. The shuttle took us to Timbuktu, an amazing local restaurant.

We stayed here before our cruise booked a Stay, Park and Cruise Package and it worked out great. Hotel is spotless and the free breakfast has plenty of choices. Jerry the shuttle driver is absolutely a pleasure he drove us to BWI where we took the light rail for $2 R/T to the Inner Harbor had a great dinner, walked around a bit then we jumped on the light rail back, called the hotel while on the train and the shuttle was there waiting for us. Took the shuttle to the port at 10am and when we arrived back from the cruise called the hotel while collecting our bags and by the time we got outside the shuttle was waiting for us.

This hotel is perfect for the traveler. They have the best park and fly program in the area and it's less than 15 min to BWI. Very helpful staff. There is a great restaurant right next door that has good food.

This is a newer property that is ideal for business travelers who prioritize being close to the airport over being close to shopping or the city. If you are staying for business, you;ll need a rental car to get around. The hotel is well-updated. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast offerings were generous, and the hotel offers an indoor pool with guest-friendly hours, as well as a sauna and a 24-hour fitness center. Across the parking lot is a local bar/grill. I found that people leaving the restaurant late at night often stood outside between the buildings to smoke and talk loudly. I recommend that you bring earplugs to dull the noise. Otherwise, this was a great place to stay, and very affordable.

I travel alot and have stayed at this hotel before. I must say it is the cleanest hotel out there. The breakfast is very good, much better than alot of the hotels. Not many hotels have an indoor swimming pool, great for the cold weather. Nice restaurant next to the hotel, nice for lunch and dinner. I will be staying here again.

A great place to stay while going out of town from BWI. Their participation in the park, sleep, fly program makes them an exceptional value. We stayed here prior to our vacation flight to Costa Rica and we're leaving our car there for the two weeks that we're vacationing. We'll stay again upon our return home.

The hotel was nice enough. Breakfast not great but not terrible. For being a "plus" it was not up to par. I am an agent at AAA and have been to many Best Westerns. Needs a makeover but it was clean and the staff that I saw were friendly. It advertised a hot tub but there is no hot tub.

I typically frequent the Best Western Plus in Elkridge, Maryland. The rooms are always clean and nice with a small refrigerator for week longer stays. The front desk service is very helpful and friendly at all times. They have a shuttle service to and from BWI Airport and they are always willing to get you where you need to be. They have and indoor swimming pool, whirlpool and dry sauna which are always working. The Sauna heats up well and is well kept. They have a nice work out room with brand new exercise equipment including Bar bells and one weight machine. The equipment consists of a tread mill, bicycle and elliptical, all great equipment. After a hearty workout in the morning, you can go and enjoy a hearty breakfast or something more on the healthy side such as fruit, yogurt and oatmeal. I highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, clean and close to the airport , hotel van take you to the outlet mall and the casino, compleentary breakfast, restaurant across the parking lot. Beds are very comfortable, the hotel location is quite and no to far from the airport.

I've stayed at this location multiple times! The staff is always friendly and helpful however, the Jacuzzi was not in service the one time i want to use it. That was a little disappointing, but no worries i understand that stuff happens. Bar next door is perfect considering if you wanted food/drink late night, you wouldn't have to drive.

Nice large room (I had a suite) and everything worked. There was a mini freezer in the fridge and there was also a microwave. Plenty of drawers and a large closet. The breakfast had eggs, meat, and pancakes as well as some healthier stuff: cereal, yogurt, fruit. The pool was too small for lap swimming and the fitness center was very warm and didn't have a thermostat.

Best Western BWi, Arundel Mills, MD is a clean, quality hotel in a quiet area. It is an excellent choice for Park, Sleep, Fly; the shuttles run around the clock every half hour, the parking lot is safe, and the hotel room and bed are excellent. The free breakfast is a bonus, as is the small pub next door.

Not sure if the hotel got new ownership or what but I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years to fly out of Baltimore and this time it was not a pleasant stay. The sheets and towels looked like they were 50 years old or more. There were dirt spots on our sheets and pillow cases. The plug ins on the lamps to charge your phones or whatever else you needed them for did not work correctly, there was no shampoo (and when I asked for some the man at the front desk said he did not have a key to the housekeeping things, he also told me that the conditioner was shampoo...NOT CORRECT) there was no coffee in the lobby and the breakfast in the morning was not full and I heard one of the employees ask it she should fill things because there was only 10 minutes left for breakfast. Seriously!!! There were probably 25 people waiting to get breakfast!!! I noticed on the wall was a plague for the directors award...not sure how they received that!! I am a house keeping supervisor for a Best Western and we just received the award and I know that it takes a lot of work to receive this award. The only thing good I found this time was the food at the Stained Glass Pub next door and the ride to the airport. Very disappointed with our stay...oh and I usually get an employee discount for the park and fly and they took that away too.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel in Room 114. The room was large with a king bed that was most comfortable. The bathroom was also larger than the norm and was spotless. We liked that the hotel provided a rubber shower mat. The room had a small fridge and freezer, as well as a microwave and coffee maker. There were lots of plugs for chargers. Breakfast the first day (Saturday) consisted of premade scrambled egg "disks," sliced ham, and fried potatoes. Also present was a pancake maker, but the hotel breakfast staff removed the pancake items at 8:30 a.m., an hour before breakfast was to end. There were cereals and a small fridge with yogurt and milk, but the cereal was also removed early, as was the fresh fruit. I was hoping for gravy and biscuits, but this wasn't on the menu! On Sunday, breakfast was the same, but sausage links were added. I just stuck with yogurt for the rest of my stay. Overall, our stay was very good, and it was an easy drive to Baltimore and Annapolis. If we return to the Baltimore area, we would stay here again.

Cheguei bem antes do horário do check in (15h) e me deixaram entrar sem nem mencionar o fato de que eu estava adiantado. O hotel é ótimo, bem novinho, duas camas de casal, um ótimo banheiro, tudo muito confortável e limpo. A equipe da recepção foi bastante amigável e simpática. Fica perto do Aeroporto de Baltimore (BWI) e você pode se utilizar do serviço gratuito de van que o hotel disponibiliza para te buscar e te deixar lá. No aeroporto tem um painel com telefones gratuitos para você usar. Não posso opinar sobre o café da manhã pois saí antes de ele começar, mas nos deram um saquinho com uma água, uma maçã e uns biscoitos. Pertinho dele não tem nada para fazer a pé, mas a poucos minutos de carro tem um Shopping Gigantesco (Arundell Mills) e um Cassino, perto dos quais tem vários restaurantes. De agora em diante, se eu tiver a oportunidade de me hospedar novamente em um Best Western Plus, o farei com certeza. ///// It was for just a short period of time (I checked in, went to visit the Orioles Park, spent the whole day out, came back after midnight just to sleep three hours and got the flight to Atlanta), but I had an excellent impression of this hotel. I arrived a few hours before the check in time (3PM) and they checked me in without even mention that fact. The hotel is great, seems to be brand new. The room has two double beds, a great bathroom, everything very comfortable and clean. The frontdesk crew was very, very nice and friendly. It´s close to the BWI Airport and you also can use the free shuttle service from and to the airport. At the airport there´s a display with free phones you can use. I can´t tell nothing about the breakfast because I left before it´s time, but they gave us a little bag with an apple, a little bottle of water and some cookies. Close to it there´s nothing you can do in a walking distance, but driving a few minutes there´s a gigantic mall (Arundell Mills) and a Casino. Close to them are lots of restaurants. From now on, if I have a chance to stay at a Best Western Plus again, for sure I´ll go for it.

This is a great hotel and good location for park & fly. It's not so close to the airport that you hear the planes all night. The shuttle to the airport was on time and quick. The hotel room was very clean and you can leave your car there for 14 days. There is a restaurant next door but we did not go there this visit but I am sure it is still good. Always stay here when we need to fly out of BWI early, no worries about traffic problems and missing our flight.

We checked in at 8, we had requested a crib when we booked the hotel, come to find out they did not have a crib for us. We checked out the room, but the beds were very tall and i was concerned about my Baby hitting the floor. So we asked for a refund and went to the Hilton (who had a crib). I am very regretful of that decision!!! The beds at the best western are beauty rest recharge- and while they are firm, they hug your body in a way that doesn't create a lot of pressure points. The best western was a nicer hotel than the Hilton, and offers a free breakfast which the Hilton does not. The beds at the Hilton (by contrast) are like lumps of coal. Absolutely terrible. If the best western had had a crib for us it would have been a wonderful stay. But I was very appreciative of the staff being helpful and understanding in our dilemma. I would stay at the best western over the Hilton any day!!!!

Love this hotel. Stay here every time we cruise out of Baltimore. They have restaurant only steps away, a mall close by. We really like that this hotel is close to the inner harbor and a shuttle that will take you to local areas. Hotel is located in a better area then the other hotels that offer the cruise, park and stay packages.

We arrived late and unfortunately were not able to find a parking place after driving around several times we were told to try the hotel parking next door but to no avail. We went back in and the wonderful guy behind the desk let us park in the service lane behind him and put a note so we would not get towed. The hotel was nice and the beds were not too bad. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was the usual. My only tip would be to get there early enough to park.

We stayed here for a few days and after 2 day one of us woke up full of bug bites. Of course after a quick search we found bed bugs in our bed. When we reported the problem to the staff they moved us to a new room ( on the same floor.... ). We asked to speak to the manager but they told us he was "out of town" and unreachable. Was told he would be there the next day but he never showed up. They told me to email him so he could take care of the issue but he never answer my email. They don't seem to care about the fact that we'll have to trow away all of our clothes and stuff to make sure we don't bring those bed bug back to our house. They handle the situation pretty poorly and the staff was rude to us.. Would not recommand at any cost.

This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel and I think they have improved the hotel. The breakfast area added a pancake machine as well as different toppings for them. I had raspberry syrup and Nutella on mine but could have had caramel, strawberry or almonds to name a few. They need to add some more room for the breakfast as there were lines and not enough tables on Saturday morning. They should extend the hours as well as I'm not a morning person so 9:30 on the weekends is not late enough. The pool is a good size and in addition to the hot tub there is a sauna. A big plus is that they have a shower and bathroom in the pool area so you don't have to leave the area to go to the bathroom. They do need to re paint the pool though as there were paint chips floating in the water. There is a shuttle van to the airport which is convenient for those not driving. The restaurant literally next door had great fish and chips but can have a wait if you have a large group. Don't expect anything great to watch on TV. Direct TV seem to have many many shopping and infomercial channels. We all found the beds to be hard and tall having to jump into them.

Nice updated hotel, quiet location, great staff, comfortable, quiet room, good breakfast (eggs, ham, sausage, yogurt, cereals, pancakes, etc.). Large soft towels. Very clean and neat. Friendly service. Internet in room was good.

I will start with the pros. The bed and bedding were comfortable. The room was nice and dark to sleep. It appears they are trying to renovate as the lobby has been updated. But the size of the public spaces is substandard. The breakfast counters were super congested when several people ate at once. The pool was average and the jets on the hot tub did not work. The knob to start the jets was on the opposite side of the room, across the pool. All fitness equipment has been removed and the room is empty although I heard them say equipment is coming. They need a water dispenser in the public spaces for their guests as all they have is an old schoolhouse fountain at the pool. A young man working breakfast was especially gracious and helpful which was appreciated.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to sleep and fly from Baltimore and be able to leave your vehicle for up to 14 days free. The hotel is only 6 miles from BWI Airport. The staff are always friendly and courteous and the rates are reasonable.

Southwest Airlines put us up in this hotel due to an overbooked flight. We arrived at around 11:30 PM. The front desk clerk/manager informed us that our return shuttle would depart at 5am he specifically said be there 5 minutes early. We called and asked for a 4 am wake up. We did not receive the wake up call. But we were in the lobby at 4:45 AM. This clerk had over booked the 5am shuttle bus. The clerk lied to our face and said we missed the 4:30am shuttle. While other travelers confirmed our story. The clerk threatened to call the police. They finally got someone to drive another bus. The rooms were clean and newly renovated. Please confirm your shuttle ride BEFORE going to bed.

Easy access from BWI via free airport shuttle. Courteous shuttle driver and hotel staff. Good free breakfast. Vending machines costs were reasonable-not really outrageous like some properties. Rooms had refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. Would stay here again!

Our flight to Phoenix on southwest was cancelled so we were forced to stay overnight in Baltimore. As I had just stayed in two BW while driving cross country I called this hotel from the airport. One deciding factor was the free airport shuttle. The staff was friendly, Jim, the shuttle driver was very nice (both trips) room was clean, ac worked, breakfast was very good. The biscuits and gravy (sos) took me back to my Navy days. We will continue to use BW for our traveling stays. Ate next door, had pizza, drinks and ice cream. Very good.

Stayed here while attending a funeral viewing in the area. It is located next to the Stained Glass Pub on Dorsey Road off of route one. It has four floors. Overall it was pretty good. Rooms do need some furniture upgrades, some of the pieces are out dated. Rooms are normal size. It has a very nice large hd direct tv. It also has a small fridge, microwave, single coffee maker, closet and some dresser draws. Housekeeping needs to keep a better eye out on light bulbs. We had one out in the bathroom and one missing in the floor lamp. Elevators were very slow. They have two, but it seemed like they only had one working while we were there. The beds were very firm, which did not go over well with my bad back. Also breakfast hours were very early during the week. It was from 5:30-8:30. It is a hot breakfast bar. It would be nice if they had hours until 9 or 9:30 in the morning, maybe start a little later. Parking could be a problem if hotel is very full with the restaurant right next door. They share two lots. Workers were very nice, courteous and helpful. Overall a nice experience with good rates.

I stay at the Best Western Plus BWI Airport in Arundel Mills, MD 4 to 5 times a month for business. The facility is always clean, the staff is courteous and professional, and the beds are super comfortable.

Clean, friendly staff, close to airport, comfortable room. The desk clerk printed and gave us simple directions to the airport, the night manager recommended a delicious restaurant close to the hotel, my son loved the pool-not too warm, not too cold. Ability to print boarding passes and get info from the internet was well-lit, working, and easy to use.

I have stayed at this Best Western multiple times both for business and pleasure. I have found that the hotel is clean and comfortable, the employees pleasant and knowledgeable and the service in general is really excellent. In this particular case I was staying at the hotel at the end of my visit. It worked out great. My flight was seriously delayed but at 1 am I was picked up at the airport without a problem. This Best Western continues to be my go to hotel for fly and drive.

Needed to be picked up from rental car drop-off and taken to hotel for stay prior to early departure the following day. Shuttle service availability is a plus. Also, access to restaurant for dinner within walking distance (across parking lot) is great. There was a bit of chatter in the parking lot from the restaurant next door.

Although close to a busy airport this Best Western is very quiet and comfortable. It has a shuttle to the airport and an excellent restaurant next door. It is also close to shopping. When I go to Columbia to visit friends and family, I never consider staying anywhere else. I have stayed there several times and have never been disappointed.

Great amenities. Front desk staff friendly and professional. Nice complementary hot breakfast. Quiet and great location. Rooms were very nice and worth the money. Large indoor pool, free use of business area which I needed to print documents.

I called the hotel for a shuttle someone told me they would be there in 20 minutes. It is 90+ degrees outside and I had to wait for it. 20 more minutes came and went. So i called again and she said it would be on it its way. As a total i waited over an hour for it. When i got in the the driver was talking to someone on the phone explaining that he had "the day from hell". After that, my stay was amazing.

I must give credit to the front desk staff, Ms. Julia, she greeted all customers with a great smile. Very helpful in providing information around the area. Hotel is comfortable and clean, good full breakfast.

We stayed here the night before a 6:30am flight out of BWI. We arrived in the evening. Even though we had accidentally made our reservation for the wrong night, they honored our price and parking and gave us a room. Our deal was to park for a week for free with a one night stay. Room was clean and comfortable. We reserved a shuttle for the next morning at 4:30am. Shuttle was prompt, driver was helpful. BWI was a crowded mess... but that's a different review. I would err arriving on the earlier side for an early morning flight (we almost missed ours). For our return, we were picked up from the airport promptly by the shuttle. Since we were arriving later in the morning, we were able to grab the complementary breakfast. The breakfast was pretty good for being free (biscuits and gravy, fruit, eggs, bacon, cereals, milk, coffee, juices). There is also a bar right next to the hotel for late night dinner and drinks. Very convenient, will use again for an early flight.

We had booked this hotel for after our flight but ended up using it both before and after our trip since our flight out was cancelled. Needed a place to stay but they were full. We were tired and were putting the luggage in our car when clerk ran out after 9 pm to tell us there was a cancellation. We were thrilled with the accommodations. Nice breakfast buffet. Also we got to ride the shuttle to the airport 4 times and all the drivers were polite and good customer service people.

Clean Hotel Clean Rooms. Housekeepers loud and knock on doors with DND tags out! Housekeepers knock repeatedly. Van service not timely and morning staff unresponsive. Adjacent restaurant Stained Glass Pub is a plus with good food and great customer service.

Nothing went wrong. It is located not far from Arundel Mills by the freeway (which is massively busy in the evening), and is fairly easy to find. Located next to a busy neighborhood bar and grille, which limited parking in the evening. Room was clean, rate was reasonable; breakfast was in place, passable (warm). Pretty average stay for an average price (295 characters).

We were stranded at Baltimore airport and needed 7 rooms at 10pm. Called the Hotel and not only did they give us a group rate, was extremely nice, helpful and picked us up within 15 minutes. They also gave a few of us a ride to the nearest casino and picked us up from there. The rooms, were extra clean, good sleeping beds, free breakfast and back to the airport at requested time. Don't miss this wonderful place to stay.

We booked a sleep, park and cruise stay through Trinity Reservations. My friend and I couldn't have been happier with our experience. The room was clean and well furnished, with very comfortable beds, a microwave and refrigerator. The desk staff was accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast was typical and as much as we needed. When we asked directions to the outlet mall nearby, we were told the shuttle would take us if we wanted. An additional plus is the restaurant/pub located in the parking lot. It was great not to have to drive around looking for a place to eat. We ate dinner there and while I can't remember what we ate, we do remember enjoying our dinner and noticing the reasonable price. There was a shuttle that made several runs taking guests to the cruise port the next morning. The shuttle was also very prompt in picking guests up to return them to the hotel after the cruise. My friend and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there for our next cruise in Jan.

We were welcomed with a smile and the help we needed even though it was very late at night when we checked in. There were no parking spaces and the front desk clerk helped us work out where we could put the car and was attentive to our needs. The hotel was clean and quiet and we would definitely stay there again.

Best Western BWI is a great place to stay if your in the area or want to do park and fly. Everything is great. We would not even consider any other place. the staff is very good. We will be staying again in the future.

Nicely renovated lots of amenities but sit in the middle of no where. Away from highway, stores and transportation. Breakfast ok included scrambled eggs, pancakes/french toast sausge gravy & biscuits, instant oatmeal packets and your traditional continential style breakfast. Location to eat is small and people tend to hang out after eating limiting seating even more. The front desk personnel is usual sitting back in a corner sleep. Very unshaven and not clean and not customer friendly or helpful. Management can only be contacted by email and they don't respond. I am missing several article because I asked to extend my stay another night because I didn't arrive until 4 am and had to push back all my meetings but was told I couldn't so I had to vacate immediately. In my haste some things were left in the room and no one seems to care or did anything to help me get them back nor correct my bill

Our room was very nice, bed comfortable and the room was spacious. Coffee was available 24/7. My biggest complaint is breakfast....the worst ever!! No variety, small quantities...we had to go find breakfast somewhere else.

The hotel was packed but when we checked in and stayed, we felt like the only ones there. The hotel is clean and a really great value. Free breakfast. I would highly recommend and I'd stay there again.

We arrived at BWI Airport apparently on the first day of summer vacation and this hotel was unprepared. The complimentary airport shuttle took nearly an hour to pick us up and the one driver was being run ragged. Likewise, at the desk they were understaffed and dealing with various problems that demanded a fair bit of time. I felt sorry for the night desk staff, but he was very helpful in getting the linens we were waiting for. We were happy to leave although the beds were comfortable and the room was nice.

I would love to be able to give this hotel a 5-star review because it does so many things well. I stayed for a week because I was visiting family and friends, so when I asked for extra hangers, they were sent right up. The room has a microwave, small fridge, and coffee maker, and the tv has a wide range of channels available. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were always changed out by housekeeping. The ice machine on my floor, however, was broken when I checked in, and it remained broken throughout my stay. Every time I saw a different person at the front desk, I asked to have the machine repaired. Every person said that maintenance would take care of it. It was still broken the day I left, 7 days after check-in. I got tired of going to the third floor for ice every day. Yes, I would return, but I'd want to know that my floor had an operating ice machine!

I had the occasion to stay here just one (1) night before flying out the next morning for the Kentucky Derby. I did use some of my reward points for the room. The hotel & staff were simply lovely. The room was just fine and I really don't have any complaints. One very slight issue was that I thought the hotel was slightly off the beaten track and not quite as easy to get to the airport as I had hoped. However, all went well and yes I would stay there again. Thank you.

We did a park n fly. However, we did not know you had to do something different for this. We simply booked the hotel and then asked if we could have a parking pass for our car. We were asked how we booked the room. We did through the general site and not directly Best Western Arundel. I am guessing maybe it was more money this way. Not sure. However, they were very kind and allowed us to leave our car. We stayed very little; checked in late and left for an early flight. They gave us to go bags for breakfas with a granola bar, water and fruit.

I was tempted to only rate it at a very good because of the lack of check-in service from the girl who felt her texts were more important than customer service; however, everything else from the quality room and internet to the nice breakfast spread made up for the front desk experience at check-in and somewhat at check-out. Room was clean and wifi worked great. There was a little noise from other rooms but not enough to keep us awake. The breakfast offered a lot of items and was very tasty.

3 years ago I wrote a bad review for this hotel because of our horrible experience! However, we went back because of price and proximity to BWI. We had problems again with our booking over the phone, but the front desk fixed it right away and went above and beyond before we even had to say anything! Bravo!

When I check in the hotel, it was almost midnight and there is no restaurant nearby that is open. The shuttle driver offered to take me to the nearest 711 to get some food, as I was tired, I did not take up his offer. On knowing the situation, the front desk took the trouble to get me 2 bottles of water and 2 snack bar to get me by. The caring attitude is simply marvelous.

I would love to go back and stay here again. This is the best motel for the value that I have ever stayed at. The motel staff went out of their way to make me comfortable and to communicate with my wife to get payment arranged. This was the best hotel experience I ever had.

Excellent -nice modern accomodations-convenient to airport with shuttle bus-good restaurant next door. Recently renovated. Attentive front desk. Had a problem with noise fron ice machine-was corrected quickly. Restaurant staff friendly and food was excellent Will re-book at this hotel in future. Visit this area on aregular basis and this may become my "go to" place.

Bus loads of undisciplined kids (athletic teams) made our stay unbearable. They were loud in the halls and loud in their rooms. We`ve been guests at this motel for decades and have been pleased until this but if they can`t control the noise, we`ll look elsewhere.

We stayed here as part of a group tour of Washington, DC. So, I didn't have the choice of what hotel we'd stay at. It's about an hour out of the city more or less, depending upon traffic. The rooms were very nice, with a microwave and fridge in them. We used the fridge to keep our drinks cold before getting on the bus each morning, which was handy in the heat. The beds were very comfortable. Since I was sharing a room with friends who like the AC colder than I do, I needed an extra blanket, and when I asked the front desk for one, I was actually given another regular comforter; not the usual standard weight common blanket. It sure made my side of the bed very cozy! The teens travelling with us in the group enjoyed the pool each night after a hot, tiring day walking DC. I put my feet and legs in, but would have preferred it just a bit warmer for my tastes. The sauna was popular as well. The Jacuzzi was out of order, which was a disappointment, so that's why only 4 stars. As a tour group, we ate our breakfast in a room separately from other hotel guests. The only thing one of our group mentioned is that it would've been nice to have yogurt in addition to the hot offerings--however, we didn't ask, so perhaps if we had asked the attendant assigned to us, it would've been an easy fix. The hotel is on a quiet roadway, away from traffic, so as long as people are quiet in the hallways/parking lot, the rooms are quiet. There was a noisy room down the hall from us, which some guests thought were teens from our group, but they were not. I'm guessing the front desk called them after checking with us and told them to quiet down, because after that, they were--although then I heard loud voices in the parking lot, so perhaps they moved it there--but that's on them, not the hotel. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Free parking while we traveled, nice breakfast, pleasant staff, airport shuttle, We almost got on the shuttle from another Best Western and our driver was alert enough to get us off it. At 2 am that might have been a disaster.

I have used this hotel 6 times over the years and felt safe every time . I have traveled alone or with my young granddaughter and always had a good experience.. What easy way to travel to the airport .

This is an ok place to stay with family, solo, or for a business trip. The free breakfast is just that a free mediocre breakfast that you can do without. the location is close to the airport so that is convenient.

Had a student group of 95 8th graders and the hotel did everything we could have hoped for to prepare for our arrival and accommodate us during our stay. When we had to take care of a situation, they provided shuttle service to a local store.

Room was clean, breakfast and front-desk service were both fine. I chose this hotel partly for the pool/hot tub and fitness facility. We stayed three days, and the treadmill and hot tub had "out of order" signs the whole time. I did not see any maintenance or repair attempt. The stair climber did not seem to work either. The pool needed cleaning. With some repair and maintenance, this would be a fine place to stay.

This is a beautiful newer hospital. The location is a little difficult to find if you are driving. Staff was OK, but they locked out my room that had been booked through a travel site, as they had only picked up one of the two days that I was going to be there. Overall ok experience.

need some improvements details, the tv was not working and was no one to fix it. i notified the staff but could not do anything, i wish the could have done something about it so that i would have been able to watch tv. very disappointed. hopefully next time i get a good working tv

Our main reason for choosing this hotel is its proximity to BWI airport near Baltimore. The hotel offers excellent shuttle service 24 hours a day to the airport, every 30 minutes. For a modest fee, we leave our car in the hotel parking lot during our trips, a nice convenience. A decent, hot breakfast is offered in the early morning, with good coffee, fresh eggs, pastries, breads, cereals and juice. The "ambience" is "hotel/train station lobby" but it's clean and efficient. The rooms are comfortable, with excellent free wifi and comfortable beds. Bathroom linens haven't seen any laundry bleach in a long time, so they give the "grayish" appearance of uncleanliness, though there's no indication they are unclean. Room doors are thin, so hallway noise can interrupt sleep. A single walking-distance restaurant on the premises prevents a feeling of isolation (this hotel is far from other eateries). The hotel is within easy driving distance of the gigantic Arundel Mall complex of stores and restaurants, so if you have a car, it's a good choice.

This was one of the nicer hotels I have stayed in and the restaurant the Stained Glass Pub was a a good combination of menu selection, value and taste. The shuttle service to the airport was prompt and courteous and the light rail that leaves from the airport took me to the convention center in 30 minutes with a senior day pass of only $2.00 ($4.00 for under 65). The pool and hot tub were also well kept and warm. The only thing I would change would be the inclusion of a guest information book in the room.

Excellent Hotel - very nice in all aspects - very comfortable, clean, decorated very nice. It was a very comfortable and inviting room and the bed was wonderful!! An amenity that is very valuable is It was great for an overnight stay to leave car parked and Hotel shuttles you to the BWI Airport and picks you up on return. This arrangement makes it extremely comfortable to fly out of and back to BWI. All of the Staff were absolutely wonderful. They were helpful and very friendly.

Hotel is very clean and well kept. We have stayed here on previous occasions and are very pleased and well satisfied with the facility and the staff. It is easy on-easy off main high way and very easy to get to.

This is a nice, clean place. Comfortable beds, quiet. The staffers were helpful. There's an indoor pool and a sauna, and an exercise room. Although it's close to BWI, it's not in a concrete wasteland.

We chose this hotel for the location (near family) and mostly the pool. The location was off the main highway so it was quiet although the parking was tight.The indoor pool was a big hit, heated and a large area for 3 feet, 4 feet and 5 feet swimming.Hours were 10am-10pm although the signs said 7am-10pm. A Jacuzzi and sauna were also pool side. A shower in the poolside bathroom was a nice surprise. Breakfast was a disappointment as there was no waffle maker as advertised & the microwaved pancakes got cold very quickly. The restaurant next door(Stained Glass Pub) was very good, a little loud but it was a pub, burgers, sandwiches, pizza etc.

Great location - went to a baseball game in Baltimore. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel is great! Beds at the hotel are very comfortable. They do serve a hot breakfast at the hotel. Staff is very friendly.

We arrived as part of a Facebook group - The manager was very well organized for such a large group! Room prices were amazing - we choose the Park n Cruise, and took the shuttle (a large bus for the day of embarkation). The rooms were immaculate, and decor throughout was modern and classy. We arrived hours before check in, and although typically would have had to wait, the manager allowed us early check in--well appreciated after 8 hr drive through the night. Continental Breakfast was served the following morning. Shuttle took us to and from a restaurant that evening. We took advantage of the pool and sauna, but unfortunately not the hot tub, it was cold, we notified management and eventually someone came to repair (after we left). Despite the hottub, I felt there was many ammenities and services that were above and beyond other hotels we've frequented in the past.

Stayed with family as part of pre-cruise overnight with shuttle and parking while we were away for two weeks. Excellent breakfast. Room and entire hotel has been properly renovated and modernized. Many times we've seen sloppy upgrades done to hotels but everything here looks like it has been well taken care of. Friendly staff and overall cleanliness made this a great choice.

Working guys. All we need is a clean place to sleep. The rooms are clean. The hot breakfast is a nice addition. The coffee was good. This is not a fancy schmancy hotel. It is perfect for our stay and we will return whenever we are in town. The restaurant next door is convenient and the food is pretty good.. Did not visit the gym or pool. The staff at check in were helpful and friendly too. Our initial reservations were goofed up up that was all sorted out quickly when we arrived. No hassles at all. Only complaints : 1 - Parking was sometimes difficult but we are driving larger trucks 2 - The AC unit in one room was pretty noisy but earplugs corrected that.

This is our go to hotel for air travel and cruises. Their service to and from the airport or cruise terminal is wonderful. Drivers are courteous and they drive safely. The hotel is nice. Comfortable rooms, internet service and a pretty good breakfast,

Nice staff hotel very nice have booked it for when I take another cruise. They were great at taking us to and from the cruise terminal. Next cruise they will tae us to the cruiseterminal and pick us up at the airport on our return.

We always stay here, when in the Baltimore area. I always get a group together, for this hotel as I know what to expect & know they'll all be happy. This time, unfortunately, one of our group members became extremely ill, the morning of our cruise & had to go to the local E.R. She missed the cruise. She was so sick, they couldn't return to Kentucky, right away & had to stay at the hotel a couple more nights. They told me the staff treated them "like family"! I so appreciate their care of our group.

We recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights prior to a cruise. Hotel offered park and cruise package with shuttle to the port and return shuttle to hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

we spent the night here to catch our flight the next morn. No problems, shuttle was on time, staff was very nice. Place was clean and convenient. Restaurant was a plus to have right there. Very nice visit, would definitely use again

When we arrived at the hotel we were told we could not leave our car there while we flew to Florida for the week because I was using the employee rate. We have stayed at this hotel before and left our car there on the employee rate. The next thing was when we got to our room I started checking out the place (it's a habit...I am the housekeeping supervisor at our BW) I first noticed the receptacle cover was missing, then when I pulled back the sheets there were stains all over the sheets. I thought well it must be the water in the area because the towels looked really bad also. I went over to the HVAC to fix the room temp and it was the worst thing I had ever seen!! It had black mold all over it. It was really bad. We wanted to relax so we went to the hot tub and it was not working...no sign or anything saying it did not work. It was cold and the jets did not come on when you turned on the switch. I was really disappointed, we have stayed here before and it was a really nice place. I am not sure what happen to it. When we fly out again I might just look into other places.

Hotel was nice and clean. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The ac unit was very loud though. It was like a train was coming through the room every time it came on. There is a restaurant a stones throw from the hotel. Close to casinos too. Would stay again.

I've stayed at a lot of hotels, but this is the first that had no washcloths for their guests. When we asked for washcloths the second day of our stay, we were told there were none. How does this happen?? The room was satisfactory. The breakfast was okay, but I've had better complimentary breakfasts at other hotels. If you're planning to stay here, I suggest you take your own washcloths.

Hotel is clean staff is very nice and helpful. Shuttle to airport was on time.dropping us off. Pick up wait was 10/15 min.i have stayed here a few times . Resturant next door had very good food. Price is average for park,sleep and fly hotel. Recommend this hotel.

We left our car there while we cruised. We were picked up promptly and courteously at the airport and brought back to the hotel. Our room was spacious and very comfortable.The beautiful bathroom was a welcome sight with it's large shower. The breakfast the next morning was excellent as well. We also had dinner at the pub next door. Very good food. Excellent service both at the hotel and restaurant next door. We would definetly stay here again.

Sunair Awnings is a nearby national manufacture with dealers and vendors visiting throughout the year. In February we had 9 dealers stay at Best Western Plus for several nights. So this is a compilation of 9 very vocal dealers opinions. We have many Hotels in the Columbia, MD area from which to choose. We chose Best Western based on past performance and recent renovation. The Staff made remote reservation easy for our dealers, picked them up at the airport promptly, with no SNAFU's. Our dealers all commented on cleanliness and appointments of the rooms. Breakfast was a hit with plenty of fresh accessible coffee. BWPlus shuttle took our guys to and from our plant and finally back to the Airport promptly when meetings ended. Not only were there no complaints from any of the 9, but many unsolicited, very positive comments which included the Staine Glass pub located on the property. Great place for happy hour after a long day. Sunair wants our dealers to be happy . that's why we feel very confident in using BestWestern Plus, and plan to through out 2016 . Average price but way above average in Value

Stayed here one night between a viewing and a funeral. Staff was friendly and quick with check-in and check-out. First floor room with a window that faced the main entrance was a bit noisy, but not too bad.Bathrooms are in need of some updating. Breakfast was well appointed but coffee station (where most are going in the morning) was small, cramped next to tables, and didn't flow well at all. More tables would be beneficial too. Overall not bad for a one or two night stay.
