Best Western East El Paso Inn

My stay here was very nice, with little touches sometimes not seen even in larger, more expensive hotels. Clean room, comfortable beds and a good, hot breakfast so you can hit the road early! Also enjoyed the Mexican restaurant next door, if you like authentic!

This place has gone downhill. Used to be clean, nice rooms, good price. This time, we stayed there twice in one week over the Thanksgiving week. First night, they gave us a queen room instead of a king with no explanation and basically just told us they couldn't do anything and we might not get reimbursed for the cost if we checked out. So we stayed and the manager the next morning apologized and explained that there was a problem with the AC in the original room. So we stayed again on our way back through. It was even worse. Back into a Queen room with no explanation and it was DIRTY! Dust lines around the edges, fruit loops around the nightstand. Lampshades were old and cracked. Door frames needed painting. Pillows are lumpy. No recognition for being Elite Members. Only good thing is the location outside of town, room-darkening shades and the breakfast was decent. Not enough to make up for the price. Not going back.

Needed and reserved a mobility room and was put into a regular room which was not clean at all. Bed sheets on both beds had multiple dark stains on them. The shower head was broken and spraying and dripping uncontrollably. Front desk guy was unpleasant and irritated we disturbed his Yellowstone TV show watching time!

Why is Best Western installing tiny toilets? The are difficult for older and disabled people to use. I will not stay at Best Western because of two facilities having them on our recent trip. The room at El Paso Inn also had dirty upholstered furniture.

I am a truck driver and frequently travel to El Paso. every part of the best Western in Clint is the very reason I choose to stay there. Clean, quiet, and zero issues. it is usually full on my visits and I count myself lucky whenever there is a room.

My family and I enjoyed an awesome stay at Best Western in Clint, TX. Enjoyed that we didn't have to drive away searching for restaurant locations for breakfast cause breakfast is serve every morning at BW.

Absolutely AMAZING!!! The room was clean, and comfortable! The bed was perfect. Staff was very friendly. The young lady at the front desk, Alexandria, was perhaps one of the nicest people you will ever meet. You can tell she enjoys working with the customers. There is a little bar & grill next door. Music was a little loud for my liking. But the food was awesome. They have ample truck parking. I will be back!

Older hotel but clean. In east El Paso. We are driving a 26' Uhaul pulling a car, so the truck parking in the back was good. Fan stayed on constant just like I set it instead of those annoying motel fans that kick on loudly every few minutes. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was better than most, serving eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, waffles, etc. I would recommend for travelers needing a clean, no frills place to stay.

We have been staying at this hotel every year for the past 8 years. It was always satisfactory but it has deteriorated badly. Not as clean as it used to be, breakfast was not as good and the wifi did not work. Staff told us that it had not been working for weeks but the manager when informed did not do anything to fix it. Very disappointed and will not be staying here again

Not a very accommodating hotel. Kind of a dirty place to be honest and needs ALOT of renovation. THE INTERNET does not work! Don't advertise you have free high speed internet when you don't. Pillows are thin and you need to stack about 3 of them to stabilize your head. Just a garbage hotel and obviously ran buy someone who just likes to collect and not put anything back into his/her business. More than likely someone who was handed this hotel and has become so comfortable with getting the bare minimum bc they probably haven't had to work hard for anything in there entire life. This place could make a lot more money but the GM is 10000% LAZY

Nice and friendly staff. The room was in need of renovation and matainess. The faucets in the shower leaked, novicey AC, baseboard pulled away from the wall, fair breakfast, not the quality I expect from the Best Western brand.

Room 109. I got there and I was placed in a room for pets. Even though I don't have any pet. The second day I complaint about a weird smell in the room. So they change me to another room 307. This room was worst. It didn't have a sink for dishes. And the AC wasn't working properly. I woke up 3h30am for my morning exercises routine and The bathroom was infested with ants. The ants are all over the bathroom counter. They were on my toothbrush. In my medicine. In the food containers that I washed the night before. I quickly started removing the ants from my medicine and my toothbrush. I threw away half of my protein powder because it was full of ants. Wait until 6 o'clock when the manager arrives and I made the complaint. They told me they were going to change my room and they didn't. When I arrived after work the receptionist rudely told me that they did not change my room. And I told him I didn't want to go there. He told me that there were no more single rooms and that if I wanted a double room I had to pay extra. I travel for work and this has been the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and in good working order. It is close to the highway 10. I would stop there again. The breakfast was well stocked. There is a good Mexican restaurant right next do.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Best Western, enjoyed it so much, we stayed a second night on our next trip through the area. Clean, comfortable and friendly. Great complimentary breakfast to start out the next morning. I highly recommend this hotel

We specifically went to this location for the indoor pool for my kids to beat the heat a while. That pool was pretty nasty. Also we were told that its an additional $250 on our bill if we took our drinks or food in the pool area. My kids wanted pizza and caprisuns but that was a no go. However in the hot tub was a group of people that some seemed under age drinking hard liquor. Which its whatever, but we were going to have $250 added to our tab for breaking their rules. Go somewhere else.

People with good service polite answering the phone n always people with big smiles to attend u n they explain themselves with respect beds n towels always clean they always have rooms for everyone call with time n reserve

You will not be disappointed, everything was clean, staff friendly and knowledgeable, worth going back anytime.I will definitely be coming back as I travel. Please be sure to make reservations , no regrets

A real gem. Very nicely renovation. Warm, welcoming staff. Rooms spacious and comfortable. You have to see the pool and hot tub. What a great space. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Ample parking (we drove our 30 ft RV) Quiet and comfortable.

The breakfast is good. Coffee is always fresh and hot. Water is always the right temp. Love they have truck parking (semi) and laundry facilities!! Door dash delivers and Uber options available!!! This is our preferred place when we are in the area!! Lucy, the manager… hands down runs a tight ship and makes sure your stay is what it's supposed to be! After all, they have a job because people spend money to stay. It's hard these days to find people that want to work but when you stay here if anything is an issue they are quick to make it right!

Enjoyed a very clean room, perfect breakfast. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend and will stay again. My family and I travel quite often and will definitely be visiting this particular hotel many more times in the future. Thank you for your great service.

we walked in and paid then went up to our room on the third floor. We heard noise before the elevator even opened. There was someone in room 306 that had rap music so loud we couldn't even hear ourselves talk. And the place stunk so incredibly bad it was making me sick. We went down and got our money back and left. The guy asked what room was the music coming from , but did nothing. it was so loud there's no way you could had slept there besides the stink. And it was rap music. it was MF this And GD that. no way drive away

The staff was friendly and the breakfast had multiple choices to choose from. However, it lacked hot water and a poor air/heating system. The restroom was in a poor state. Paint was peeling from the bath tub, did not look very clean. Bed sheets were not soft along with the towels. Pretty much like sand paper. For the nightly price I would recommend staying elsewhere.

It was a good overall experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good. The room that I stayed in was clean and presentable when I arrived. The room also had refrigerator and microwave which is something that some other big hotel chains do not have.

Traveled alone got double queen, first bed sheets were stained by the color assumed blood, second bed sheets looked clean but dingy. Table, desk and chairs had crumbs. Restroom counter also dirty. Looks like a new freshly remodel hotel from outside but rooms look and smell old.

Arrived without a reservation. Jessica was very nice and accommodating handling our membership. Reasonable rates. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Unfortunately, the bathroom vent fan was horribly noisy and the AC made these strange grinding noises all night. So there was no sleep. There was also a screaming child across the hall - that is not the hotels fault. They allow dogs which typically means there are smells. We were located near the ice machine - so guests were banging the door all hours. Frig was running also. We had to leave early and were not getting any rest. Bathroom door needs to be cleaned - dirty arms. Property has been updated but the contractor was below par - painting over previous leaks, not securing the new granite counter in bathroom. Bath Faucet needs to be cleaned. Breakfast was not good - coffee was watered down, eggs were dry, sausage not cooked. Located next to a decent restaurant. Mamacita's Bar & Grill. Located near I-10.

This is the 3 times I have stayed at this hotel, and I really like the cleaning room and nice stuff , I have stayed at a lot of hotels and I peoples here are nice and professional, keep doing what our do , satisfied the people's that stay at our hotel

We choose to stay at BW locations. Some are better than others. When it's a good experience we post great reviews. This one was a huge negative. The rug in the hallway smelled very bad. It smelled liked dirty dog feet. Very noisy. Front desk staff very rude and not well trained.

I was highly disappointed in hotel tonight for this stay upon entering the elevator the hand sanitizer units were missing the handles after exiting the elevator on the 3rd floor it immediately smelled like smoke. Upon entering room #320 i went to close the door and like any other hotel you would expect the door to close behind you without any force what so ever WRONG i had to slam the door shut to close it. After having the issue with the door the entire room smelled of smoke every best western i have stayed in has never smelled that bad. I tried turning on the lights two of the switches didn't do anything at all. After finding a table light i noticed that there where cigarette leafs in the bottom of the trash can that had no bag in it to begin with. Then after checking other things i noticed a hole in the corner where the only smoke alarm was and the sprinkler system on the wall looked to be tampered with. After going to the front desk and complaining the guy at the front stated that i asked for a smoking room. I showed him that no where on Hotel tonights app does it ask if we want a smoking or non smoking room. I told him that i was not going to be staying in that room that was ridiculous. It got worse when a customer checking in knew exactly which room i was talking about without even saying the room number said they tried giving him that room before and have always had issues with that room. Obviously this is a reoccurring issue that neither bestwestern nor Hotel tonight wants to try to fix. Now after spending $104 they are basically telling me i will not get a refund because they don't wanna lose there business what a joke this company is.

Upon arrival we were given a room that reeked of chemicals, when we inspected there was black mold in the shower ceiling, bed bugs and trash. Carpet was also sticky, the AC didn't work. We reported it to the front desk

Really wanted to have a nice nights sleep on the last stop on our Western States tour before getting home the next day, ugh - should have driven further to Van Horn or Fort Stockton. Check out was OK, but only given one key (needed two), got that resolved. Had a room on third floor. Room was standard and clean enough, but the bathroom was a completed train wreck. The toilet was a small, round, non comfort height toilet. The flush lever chain was not working properly (I fixed it) and the toiled looked like it came second hand from a truck stop (no disrespect to Truck Stops). Then there was the internet - good grief, we are basically in a suburb of Texas's 5th largest city...what gives. It NEVER worked and the only internet access I had was from the Restaurant we ate at next door, yes it was that good next door. They kept trying to re-set the router, so I'll give the staff credit, but good grief. We had a King Room, but the bed had 4 standard (smaller than standard pillows) it was comfortable enough, but I like to prop my head up due to a medical condition, so this made it a challenge. Couldn't wait to get the heck out of the place in the morning and the only redeeming quality was the morning clerk had opened up breakfast area early (6 instead of 7) so we were able to grab coffee and danish before heading out.

Stayed in a pet friendly hotel room and as soon as you opened the door the smell of urine hits you in the face. Once getting ready to rest I noticed pet poop next to the AC and bed. Do not recommend..

hotel was dirty, Roaches in hot tub area. it also was very noisy. This hotel needs a major clean up. Bathroom door was dirty with a brownish stain on the door. Toilet paper roll was loose. Chairs in lobby and room were dirty and stained. closet door did not open. it was crooked. Bathtub had stains, Pool was dirty. Hot tub was over filled and dead roaches were laying on the side.

Elevator floors sticky , went straight to pool since we arrived late we wanted to ensure we used indoor pool there were no towels and indoor pool was freezing plus only pool was lit the room was dark and no security for entrance. Any transient can enter since no badge required to enter it's a free for all but not even free would I go again.

This place is terrible the room smelled disgusting, I was afraid to touch anything, the bathroom was not cleaned to anyone's standard just terrible. I went to the parking lot to get water out of my car and there was not one light on in that parking lot. I was so disappointed in my room I slept in my clothes. The corridors were dark and trash was on the floor. The front desk personnel was pleasant.

Hotel needs updating. Furniture is from the seventies. Staff needs customer service training in the worst way. Floors in the room were sticky and filthy dirty. Crushed cigarette on the floor. Antiseptic/ammonia room smell. Will make the effort to avoid this hotel in the future.

It was a great place pool is nice and warm and fitness center is enough to get a pump on… rooms are nice and beds deff have a good rating if u know what I mean hahahaha overall I like a lot and I'll be staying here more often

The BW at Clint is clean, staff is helpful. They observed the COVID requirements to keep hotel open. Hopefully they will be able to completely open up everything soon. Most "mature" people sleep with more than one pillow so if someone is staying there bring your own! The restrictions on pillows does not follow CDC guidelines. Not sure who made that rule.

The place was nice... The only problem was the elevator to go to the lobby the button would not work properly so you would think your stuck in the elevator.. and the guess that where there that day you can hear them yelling at each other and stomping around.

Very nice and clean hotel located only 18 miles outside of El Paso. The rooms were clean and the staff very professional. They were in the process of cleaning the carpet in the rooms. To go breakfast bags and coffee.

Upon check-in we were asked to sign a blank screen stating that we agree not to smoke in the room, etc. I told her we don't smoke, but we had purchased a smoking room online. Once in the room, we realized it was a smoking room and went down and asked to switch because the smell was worse than we could stand. The lady said we would have to pay more and she only had a couple of rooms that we could get because we went thru a third party, Bestwestern.com. We switched rooms and this room had a strong smoke odor too. The next morning I told the person at the desk. She was very argumentative, and said I need to look at what I'm doing when renting a room. Note, the bed was comfortable.

The check-in at the front desk seemed much longer than usual. The room was adequate. Someone had painted the bath tub which was now suffering from peeling paint. The wi-fi password is inordinately long for some unknown reason. The lights at night are very poorly placed and don't illuminate the room properly. My wife and I both strained to look at reading material in bed.The worst part was the breakfast. They provided us with the cheap, packaged danish that was all sugar. Oh, I almost forgot!! Most hotels provide you with 3 or 4 pillows. Best Western gave us two, one each. When we went down to the front desk and asked for more, we were given one additional pillow for a total of three. Guess they are some type of precious commodity.

Complete garbage. Terrible hotel. We reserved a king room. I mistakenly reserved a smoking room. The lady at the front desk was kind enough to walk us to the smoking room for us to decide if it was bearable to stay in. It smelled too Smokey so she changed our reservation to a nonsmoking room which had double beds. We took that since our reservation was non refundable. When we got to our room I went to the bathroom right away. The toilet seat was in and when I put it down there were someone's personal hairs on it. The soap in the soap dispenser was empty. The shower had a soap dispenser on the tray that was leaking everywhere looked like it was torn off. The room smelled dingy and we could smell cigarette smoke. There were 2 packs of coffee but decaf. The water for the shower was warm but not hot. To make matters worse we got a a call from the front desk at 5am. I was thoroughly disappointed with this hotel.

I checked into this hotel on Nov 1, 2020 and was given a room that was dirty. The bed appeared to be fine but the furniture was filthy, A/C was off, room was hot so I turned on the A/C and a dark cloud of dirt erupted from the vents. I pulled the filters out and filth fell to the floor. Coughing, I went to the front desk with dirty filters in hand and photos of the dirty furniture and the food on the desk and asked to be checked out and refunded. I later followed up with a manager named Max who hung up on me after telling me that requesting a refund because my standards were too high would not be honored. Of course I contacted Best Western Corp and I am awaiting that refund. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a BW Hotel and I am a Premier Rewards Member of many years.

Great staff, friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Clean and neat property and comfortable rooms. Internet was responsive. Everything was appropriately sanitized. Coffee was available for 24 hours.

Love this place, it's always so clean. Even before the bs started with rona. You can smell the cleanliness. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean and quiet. This is the only place that I will stay at when I am in the El Paso area.

We have stayed here twice. In 2015 and last week. It was a much nicer place this time. Though there were slight issues with our original room, the night lady was very prompt and made sure we had a better room and from then on out the stay was wonderful. We know things aren't always perfect, but highly appreciate staff and managers who will go out of their way to make up for it. We highly appreciated the nice spa and indoor saltwater pool, it was very relaxing and highly appreciated since it was still a bit chilly outside. Greatly enjoyed breakfast, and enjoyed wonderful personal service. The day manager checked on us regularly and asked us if we needed anything. They really made this stay amazing and we would come here again. Oh. it's also about 12 miles from Cattleman's steakhouse. We have driven 8 hours from San Antonio several times, just to eat there.

We stay at this hotel every year on our way to and from Mexico. It is easy to get to, there is a restaurant next door with good food. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. It is not a very fancy hotel but it suits us just fine

We had been traveling all day and needed a GOOD NIGHTS REST! We got just that! We arrived in time to see a beautiful sunset over Mexico. The hotel is clean, well staffed and quiet. Conveniently located just off of Interstate 10 near a couple of restaurants and convenience stores. We would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Clean, exceptionally good front desk staff. Only problems we encountered was a leaky sink tap and lukewarm coffee in the morning. The rooms were large, great view of the landscape. Beds were very comfortable.

The stay was okay. The hotel needs an update with carpets and paint on walls. Staff are friendly and it does allow dogs. Room was clean just ugly carpets and walls. Mexican restaurant next door had really good crispy tacos.

Staying here keeps us close to relatives that we visit for about three week in November.It is a great place to stay .Looking forward to coming back next year for a longer stay.There are so many close by business to enjoy like food,gas,shopping and not so much traffic.

The location was perfect, the breakfast average but the bed sheets of one of the queen beds were dirty; sandy, yack! It was too late at night and what I did was to ask for new one and I made the bed with "fresh" bed sheets. The other bad experience was that they were supposed to use points when paying the reservation, but they didn't. They ended up charging my credit card so now I have to deal with that as well....

Attractive hotel lobby, small-but-attractive breakfast room, room furnishings attractive, comfortable but firm bed, but this "pet" room had some maintenance issues. Understanding the challenges of maintaining a pet room, we were probably more tolerant of some pet issues than others might be. Everyday maintenance issues: 2 lights out over bath vanity, liquid soap dispenser empty. Maintenance issues: closet door wouldn't open, applying pressure to get it open likely would have broken it. Gouges in refrigerator cabinet; dismantled portions of service area furniture piece exposing unfinished interior and a mystery open section. Pet-related: collecting a "pet fee" should mean extra cleaning of rugs and urine stains. While our bed was clean, there were urine stains on the corners of the bed skirt, and some urine stains still in the carpet (perhaps because there's no pet walk area). Mismatched chair/ottoman. Get the feeling the "pet" accomodations get the old furniture. That being said, I get the heavy-handed pet rules gone over during check-in which sadly makes you feel it's not so "pet friendly" though. We would still consider returning though, especially in light of the reviews from other travelers, just ask for a different room w/o maintenance issues. In fairness, we did not notify hotel staff of the issues until checkout.

We come to El Paso every November from Grand Forks ND.to visit nearby relatives.we truly enjoy staying here.The staff are awesome.rates a little high but its worth it.clean ,quiet, we really look forward in coming every year and hopefully staying longer.

convenient to Las Cruses, New Mexico. security was not visible. breakfast was average. close to casino and freeways. El Paso trolley was a nice ride.swimming pool was clean. clean area. breakfast area was clean.

Don't be so cheap! We understand reusing things but when there are holes in the blanket - repair or replace. Badly stained sheets should not be put back on the bed. Room key holders should not be so worn they are falling apart. These are things we saw, makes us wonder what we didn't see.

We stopped here overnight thinking it would be less crowded than driving to the other side of El Paso. We should have just kept driving. The hotel lobby has been remodeled, but the rest of the hotel is dirty, needs maintenance, and very outdated. We unfortunately had to stay in a pet friendly room and it smelled like urine and was just gross. So maybe non pet rooms are better.

Surprised room is only cleaned once a week and you are required to turn in old towels to receive fresh. I am a true conservative and believe in minimizing clean linens but this seems to be extreme. We should be able to have choices and options Been here five days and don't like.

Had a large group stay at this motel. Great location just off I-10 in Clint TX. Breakfast is included and they had the ready made small omelets and sausage patties along with oatmeal packs some fruit and ,cereal, bagels etc. AC was a bit loud but beds were comfortable.

Overall it is a great place to stay I have stay at this property the past 4 years. It is easy excess to I-10 and it is greast if you have family in the area as I do in Clint. The fitness room needs some attention work out ball was flat and the incline on tread f mill was not working.

Always call the hotel direct do not bother to call the 1-800 number for reservations they are not as helpful as you would think. Calling the hotel gets you the personal experience they are known for and you will feel more at ease with your booking and confident everything will be available when you arrive. I always stay with BW and always have a good experience.

From checking in until checking out, it was an amazing hotel. Best Western is my new hotel. The guy at check in was friendly and helpful. The rooms nice and clean. Only the breakfast needs to be a lot better.

We were on the way home to the Austin area, wanted to get to the east side of El Paso for the night and this was the place, we were very pleased with it, the property was attractive and well maintained, the parking was lighted, the inside was bright and clean, the rooms were large and comfortable, the AC was quiet and efficient, the breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly, a couple of places to eat within walking distance, the one right next door was very good and very reasonable.

Loved that it was always quiet even with truckers going in and out. Front desk was always attentive to our needs. Pet friendly was a plus! Kids loved the pool which was never packed and loved that its indoor.

My sister and I were scheduled to stay at a hotel in El Paso (not a BW) on a Friday night and upon arrival found it was not a good situation - the room had not been cleaned and in fact looked like someone else was staying in it already. When we were released from our reservation by the hotel, it was 9 pm and a Friday night! We googled hotels near there and I found this BW and called. The person at the desk, Elsa, said she had a room for us and said to come on and she would take information when we got there. She was so pleasant and helpful when we arrived - and the hotel was a total 180 from the other. The room was very nice and it was like an oasis after what we had experienced earlier. The breakfast the next morning was good and Bella that keeps that area going was pleasant and helpful - making my waffle for me after I could not get the machine to work - smiling and interacting with everyone in there while doing a great job of keeping everything replenished. Why I didn't book a BW to start with I don't know. I can always count on them.

The room was fine, good value for a stay on our drive across the southern part of the country. Not much to do in the area but that was fine as it was an overnight stop. The breakfast was fine. Parts of the place could use a bit of a facelift and they need to do a better job of cleaning.

I was hopeful given the reviews on this hotel, but alas, this place was terrible. The room was clean, but smelled heavily of banana spray, the bathrooms are tiny, the water was lukewarm, the walls are paper thin...we could hear every struggling breath of the snoring man next door, and finally the TV is analog reception, and half the 32 stations are unwatchable. I'm tired of being duped and taken advantage of, so I joined this site to deliver the truth. TruthDelivered: Dont stay here unless you are willing to roll the dice on your neighbor's snoring habits and you brought your own entertainment. Aside from that, the place is stayable but frustrating. Two stars.

This is a good location to be outside the traffic of El Paso. There is a good Mexican restaurant next door, bar could maybe get noisy? We were there at off hours, excellent vegetable taco, just ask! The problem with this motel is paper thin walls and noisy floors, glad it was a work night!

We stopped and stayed at this Best Western while driving from Phoenix to Houston. It is easy to get to off of the interstate and is far enough east of El Paso to get you out of the El Paso rush hour for an early and fast start east. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out fast. The hot breakfast options are very good. Our room was clean and spacious except for the bathroom which was very small. I would have given this Best Western a 5 if the bathroom had been larger. For the price and quality of service while staying there, I would recommend staying at this Best Western.

The hotel was nice, when we first arrived the front doors only open enough to put your hand through and you had to push them open, but that was corrected by the next morning! We stayed in room 206 which was lovely, but we were very tired and as soon as we laid down the people in 207 became VERY active, and the bed was bouncing off the wall! I called the front desk and the very nice young lady said she would take of it, I think she tried, but it did go on for a little while longer. My suggestion would be NOT to put beds on the same wall!!

This place is quiet with a great restaurant next door where the locals eat. The front dest staff helped me when I had a problem when it was not part of their job. The breakfast was good and we had a relaxing sleep.

Staff was very friendly. Spacious room. Wet bar in addition to bathroom. nice breakfast buffet. However do not stay in room 109 unless a new heater/wall unit has been installed. It groaned all night until it started whining towards dawn. TV reception, volume, and picture were substandard.

Room was horrible, there was a chemical smell to cover up some sort of odor. Tv was horrible, alarm clock and phone didn't work. Very noisy. Can hear everyone walking in the halls and their tv's. I didn't bother with the breakfast, I just wanted to leave.

The hotel was exceptional .Truck parking allowed me to park my truck and trailer safely in the read of the property .The local restaurant next door ,owned by same owner of hotel ,was sponsoring a local younglady in need of a heart transplant which was heart breaking as we are part of CALLINGALLANGELSLIVE.com that rescued children in Kurdistan and Father Jens is educating and housing them .We sometimes take things for granted but the people at the hotel and restaurant are truly involved in the community .

THis was the first time I have stayed at this particular Best WesternIt could not have been better in any wayI always enjoy the breakfasts, but this was exceptional !!!!Maybe I was just hungry, but not any more than usual

Just on the south side of El Paso, sits this hotel. I was very satisfied with the hotel. Even in a room right next to the elevator, it was quiet as can be, and the view was amazing. Watching the lightning storms was breathtaking as they moved past.

Arrived at this hotel and checked in. Moved our stuff in and found that the water wasn't working. What? Checked at the front desk and was told that some workers outside had busted the water line and the water had been out for four hours. Maybe advise of this when checking in? Asked how soon this would be resolved and front desk guy shrugged. Went outside to talk to the workers who ultimately gave me a one hour estimate, that proved right. What sort of hotel manager checks people into a hotel without running water? Next morning I was walking by the front desk at 7 when another guest advised the front desk person that his toilet was clogged and could she provide a plunger. She looked and said there wasn't one, but the maintenance staff would be on duty at 9. Seriously? The bed was quite comfortable. The hotel is a bit beat up. We had dogs and paid extra for a pet friendly room, but there is very little area for them outside. The one bright spot was the excellent, authentic, local Mexican restaurant right next door. Nothing special except for the great food.

Stayed here one night on our trip going east on the 10. Very conveniently located and clean hotel. Staff were very friendly and it is reasonably priced. If you want to stay away from the traffic and stay some where outside of El Paso on your way east, this is a good choice.

Yes personnel. Greet customers standing up, pay attention to them and observe the membership status, give no excuses. Nice looking property, modern exterior, clean interior or at least the lobby was. Who in the world puts the only ice machine on the second floor as far away from an access point as possible??? Not sure why but was a pain to get ice. Breakfast was cold and they even had an attendant watching over it???? This I don't understand. Check out was simple but disappointing as there was no personality with the clerk, again, flush the old and get some new blood in there, it may help, or at least make them dress professional, dirty t-shirts is not what I expect from a BW branded property.

As most of my reviews start, we have truck issues, soo we had to find a place to stay for a couple nights.. Soo on to the review... upon checking in, the young lady working the desk, Cecelia I want to say her name is... Saturday about 2pm. Cecelia us extremely friendly, very helpful..she gave us a small tour of the breakfast area, the laundry where we could wash clothes.. she told us about the weight room as well as a covered pool outback AND a great dinner suggestion. This young lady us definitely an asset to this property. On to the room... do you like line dancing with 15 close friends? I hope so.. the room is THAT big! It is immense, if there were walls installed it could easily be a 2-3 room suite.. 2 very nice queen size beds, a big deal/ work station, microwave, fridge, modern bathroom with a shower curtain that doesn't attack you when you get the showing going. Let me jump forward then I will come back.... our shower was draining a bit slow, so I went to the front desk and who was working? My friend Cecelia again! I told her about the shower/ tub draining... she apologized and asked if I could wait about 10minutes before she could get someone up there.. sure.. what's 10 minutes... 5 minutes letter.. knock at the door... Cecelia the front desk girl that is mentioned above came and fixed the issue herself!. I didn't expect her to do it, but rhis is just another example of the customer service this young lady and this property provide.. Amazing. Breakfast, small but very nice options... eggs, sausage , gravy, biscuits, cold cereal, instant oatmeal, an assortment of pastries and muffins as well as the waffle maker machine. Everything was hot, well taken care of..tables clean.. very nicely done. I have stayed in El Paso before at other venues that were also nice, rhis Best Western is a little east of El Paso.. but if we are here again.. this will be our go to place.. the attention and personal touches Cecelia provided made a HUGE difference. Thank you again Cecelia, this was a fantastic stay. Oh also, I talked to the manager.. really nice dude with a beard... every bit as nice, helpful and greatful as Cecelia.. You will take my money again my friends.

On our way back home from Yuma, Az, this hotel is well situated at about 15 miles east of El Paso. When you head east, no rush hour in the morning. Room is clean and comfortable. Little inconvenient, elevator was out of order and we had to use stairs. Our third time at this hotel.

I was surprised at the finishes in the hotel room, the bathroom and the work area were nicely appointed and even the room was smart it functioned nicely, the bed was comfortable and pillows were better than most hotels I stay in that cost twice as much. I will utilize best western as often as I can to to the value… Friendly staff when you walk in the door, young lady named Celia, she checked me into my room knew what he was doing, very professional, and very polite. She took the time to explain my online request. Management should recognize this young lady, made me feel at home

Easy check in with a great front desk clerk. Room very large and very clean. Has a very good restaurant right next door. Looks like they gave recently updated the lobby. Would definitely stay here again.

Like they say “ everything's big in Texas” wasn't an understatement. Not sure if other rooms were like this one but room 301 was very large and had views to two sides of west desert and north. Great Mexican food right next door and a cotton eyed joe across the street. Large truck stop nearby for incidentals and cheaper fuel. Easy off and on interstate 10 on Far East side of El Paso far away from traffic if going eastbound. 80 mike an hour speed limit kicks in just a few miles further east. Highly recommend for anyone as an eastbound stop off on trips eastbound to avoid heavy El Paso morning and night traffic. Room had whirlpool jacuzzi tub with separate shower. Large bed and plenty of stretching room. See photos. Enjoy

Room was kind of grungy. TV was unwatchable (fuzzy, bad sound). This was a problem because it was playoff weekend and my husband is a football fan. Staff was unconcerned about problems. Breakfast was good. Don't waste money on the "pet room."

Bathroom in kingsize room was a little tight, but it was very clean. Breakfast could have a better choice besides mini tamales and packaged danish. Staff at front desk needs to be more knowledgable as to where to eat in the area besides next door.

The rooms were clean and new. The remote to the TV did not work, and the shower rod was not installed properly, so the curtain would not stay closed. Upstairs guests were very noisy all night, and early in the morning. Not the hotel's fault, but felt the insulation was a bit on the thin side. People were very friendly. Breakfast was ok. What was there was tasty and fresh, but very limited choices. No form of egg at all. I'm spoiled, I like eggs

When we arrived it was late. So when the front desk lady greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed it was really comforting. And the food right across the parking lost was fantastic. Especially since I had the family with me.

A very exhausting and undesirable experience. Individual hotel/Inn did not offer good service or favorable conditions. We were not told when making reservations that a party would be held until 2 A.M. Manager did not acknowledge or apologize, just cancelled and spoke with Alana to give us the paperwork. Headquarters arranged for a room further on which delayed our rest and dinner.

Great hotel at a very reasonable price. The restaurant across the parking lot was real handy and had good food. Breakfast was a typically good BW variety! The staff were all very polite as usual. Thank you so much

Great place to stay away from downtown. The area is quiet and convenient for travellers going places and needing an overnight stay. Two restaurants are close by - although we didn't need food that night. We would recommend this hotel.

I love the location. I you are coming fromt he east, it is 8 miles BEFORE you reach the El Paso city limits, so, if you are arriving around 4 or 5 p.m, traffic won't be an issue. now for the issues. You have to be a contortionist to reach the toilet paper roll. It is well behind the toilet, so it is best to just take the TP off the folder and place it on the counter top so you can use it without having to reach a long ways. The TP holders needs to be moved. The folding closet door was hard to close, I had to put alot of force into it. There were no bars of soap, just wall mounted dispensers and they were clogged. Seems like they could either keep the dispensers cleaned out regularly or keep bars of soap on hand in case the dispensers get clogged. . The TV had poor reception. I only got about 1/3 of the channels that were advertised and many of the ones I did get were very snowy, limiting me to only 6 channels that were available. The handicapped ramps, for using the luggage cart were not marked and I wound up going all the way around to the north side of the building since there was no ramp on the south side, where I was parked, or in front. Lastly, the water in the shower was only lukewarm. I, like most people, prefer hot showers, but i had to settle for a lukewarm shower, which degenerated to cool towards the end. There are a couple family cafes nearby, plus a truck stop, but there isn't much else out here, so keep that in mind when staying here. The south side of the hotel offers good views into Mexico, about 5 miles away.I may stay here again. My hometown is about 500 miles east of El Paso and this makes a good stopping point, and i liked the serenity and dark skies, but next time I just may go on into the east side of El Paso and get a motel there, if time permits. This is an old Super 8 that best Western bought and, either they did not complete the renovations, or they never carried out any renovations. On a good note, the bed was great!! It was super soft and I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast was good.

The room was clean, however, most of the channels on the TV didn't work. The room was not at all soundproof. People just walking by in the hall and in the room above sounded like they were right in our room.

The Best Western hotel in Clint, TX is a great place to stay when traveling through El Paso. It's located conveniently to the interstate highway and away from the congested city center. There is a very good restaurant next door to the hotel.

Truck drivers beware the truck parking lot is no longer available if you pull in here you may be trapped. The only spots left are only reserved for 4 wheelers. They have no idea if truck parking will be available again. There rates get higher and higher. They recommend parking at the truck stop a mile a way and hiking back.

considering that Clint Texas is a remote location, it is pleasant to find a reasonably priced clean, comfortable and modern hotel there. I would recommend the hotel to anyone that is traveling thru that area.

3 different hair types in shower, worn out sheets, didn't feel vacumned or clean. Front desk guy was lazy and uninterested. I'm stay at BW a lot. Very disappointed this is not their quality. Need to replace linens, actually clean rooms and get a new employee.

Beautiful place.... I loved the staff, their attitude, their professionalism. If I had to do it all over again, I would stay there. I attended a Quinceanera nearby. I was pleased with the quality of service.

The hotel is a bit out of the way but after a long trip west through Texas, it represents the first lodging available east of El Paso. That is the only drawback. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff members were pleasant and efficient. We would stay there again. Plus the BW is the closest hotel to Cattleman's Steak House.

A little bit difficult to find off of I 10 as the hwy is under construction and the GPS didn't work well. Nice hotel. Close to everything including I10. It wasn't noisy and we slept well. Everything else including breakfast was standard BW fare but thats what we want anyway.

My boyfriend had a firework show to do. So if your passing through this is a nice hotel. On the Mexican border town right outside of elpaso and the nicest hotel. They have 3 different restaurants by the hotel a great morning breakfast and a smoking floor and non smoking floor. Everyone is very friendly at the hotel. There's a nice scenery here.

I was very pleased with this property! Quiet and the front desk staff were amazing! The breakfast had many options and was fresh! The pool and hot tub were inside which was great however I did move a chair outside to lay out in the sun so if any recommendation could be made would be to set up a sunbathing area!

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast wasn't the best nor the worst either. Not the best service in keeping the coffee stocked or switching out he juices. But decent choices for breakfast compared to others.

Got to the Hotel and it was off the highway and quiet, so it seemed. Then as we were unloading in the middle of the night, two people started revving up ATV's then headed toward the border! While checking us in I was happy with what I saw. Lobby, gym, dining room was nice and clean and very presentable. Young lady at the front desk was OUTSTANINDING! Gave me directions I needed, checked me in, was just fantastic. Then I got to our room. Rug was dirty and there were several dead bugs throughout the room. Then there were the several live ones. Took a shower and the shower curtain rail was broken and the curtain wouldn't stay closed. The beds were the usual comfortable as heck and had a good sleep. The entire facility was fairly nice really but the bread and butter rooms, with the dirty rugs and dead and live bugs was substandard and not acceptable for the price point and standard I expect from Best Western. Unless those problems are addressed, I will not stay there again as there are other Best Westerns fairly close by.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now. Each time I have seen the hotel go down in cleanness this time is the last time I will be staying here. Room smells musty, carpeting is not clean and the rooms have bugs. I was laying in bed and it felt like something was biting my foot, pulled my feet out from under the covers and there was bits all around the tops of my feet. Big black bugs alone the baseboards. Spoke to night clerk and his reply was there was not anything he could do for me.

Normally I would rate this property a little lower on the scale just because of age of the property. With that said, it got 5 stars because: 1. It is East of El Paso, which means no issues with traffic in the morning, (I was heading to San Antonio). 2. The price is better than anything I found in the El Paso Area. 3. Towing a 24 foot trailer I had no issue with parking or turn around. 4. Even though the area may look questionable, I had no issues and found that the police often sit in the parking lot because they feel safer in that area when filling out reports. 5. The rooms were quite, the AC worked well, and the beds were good. The staff was excellent. I misread the price when booking and asked the manager about it the next morning and was given a discount on my stay. The staff in the morning were very friendly, honestly I was to tired to even understand the lady at the desk at night. If you are traveling East and want to avoid the El Paso traffic in the morning, I wouldn't stay anyplace else.

Nice, clean, attractive room. Great location for traveling east in the morning. The restaurant/bar next door was a surprise. Good food, and the band on a Friday night was not expected but it was a great band!!

Max Assistant Manager is great person to talk in the morning The front desk staff of this particular Best Western in Clint Inn is awesome. My family and I arrived in the middle of the night and were greeted with warm smiles and genuine welcoming. It was a great way to wrap up a 13-hour drive across Texas. Our rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable; a piping hot shower was wonderful. Then, just before we hit the road for another day of driving west, they fed us a tasty, hearty, healthy breakfast. We will definitely continue to use this Best Western as one of our way points along I-10

Really, great service from the front desk. The gentlemen that checked me in was very professional and helpful. Max? I don't remember his name but he did a great job. Rooms were very well kept and very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. 10/10 would stay again

Didn't have what we reserved, roll a bed is the crap (the concession management offered), work out room is hotter that outside with no response to the condition. Not what I have experienced and expect with Best Western.

Many things need to be done to this motel. The toilet tank lid had a 4" chunk broken off of it. The bathroom door drug the tile so it was hard to open and close. The curtain sheers had two black stains on them. One bed had two big rips in the bed skirt. Both bed covers had stains on them. The refrigerator had a very high pitched whine when it was running.(Had to turn it off). The room was very noisy, don't know if the walls are too thin or what. This motel could really stand a complete re-model

Having stayed in several BW properties this summer, this is one the the cleaner, nicer ones. They don't have ice machines on every floor. The breakfast offerings are typical with nothing special. The staff were friendly and helpful for the most part.

The price and the hotel was reasonable. The service I received was great. I was there to have eye surgery and they employees were very helpful to me and my wife. I plan to stay there again. your survey requiring 200 words is not the best way to obtain information. The staff great and hotel great but your requirement of 200 words was not.

we were back for our second stay at the clint best western. open for four years the place like it was the day it opened. had a great check-in as well as a check-out. the breakfast was great with two types of tamales. will be back again in feb. going/ coming on another trip.

Plenty of truck parking was why I chose this hotel, but the quality and service are why I'll return! The breakfast was fresh and tasty, the room was very large and comfortable. The water pressure was awesome and there was plenty of hot water!

Easy access of I-10. Less busy than some hotels. Could not get a handicapped room. Smallest bathroom I've ever seen. Room was just really small and crowded for 3 people and a wheelchair. Beds were ok.

Very clean hotel with gracious personnel. The separate pool house was a nice way to spend the afternoon prior to dinner.. be sure to wear shoes though as pavement between buildings gets very hot. Breakfast attendant, front desk staff and management were very attentive & went above and beyond to assist & showed appreciation for our business. Easy access to attractions and airport even though technically address is in Clint, Texas.

If you have another option do not stay here. Maintenance at the location is horrible. Beds are comfortable so if you don't have issues with the toilet not working or the A/C running really loud you should be fine.

Rooms were ok probably need a little updating but great stop if your heading east in Texas, so when you leave in the morning no rush hour traffic....Breakfast was ok not the best but not the worst. Pretty quiet area. We will be traveling again this June and staying here....

Great hotel to stay at because it is not in the middle of town. There was less traffic and noise. Close enough to all the places we wanted to visit during our stay. The rooms are clean and the staff is extremely friendly. We found this hotel on the way home from a long trip last summer and decided we would stay again when we returned to El Paso.

We stayed mid week with family. Staff was friendly, not far out of El Paso, breakfast was a good selection (waffles, warm biscuits/gravy and tamales I believe-along with standard cereal, bagel, yogurt, etc.). Workout facility and pool were clean and inviting. Microwave and fridge were clean. Cons- pool/hot tub closes at 9 pm, linens show their age (I did NOT doubt that they were clean, just older)

Again, this year, on our way home to Quebec, Canada, we visited this hotel which we found to be clean and comfortable. Attendants were polite and helpful and breakfast was good. If you head east from Arizona or New Mexico, this place is ideal as it ils east of El Paso.

I don't know if it's because we stayed in the "pet friendly" room but regardless, I should have a clean room. Every piece of bedding had at least 5 stains, even the pillow cases! The towels looked like someone recently took off their makeup with them... what the heck?! And don't even get me started on all the dead giant crickets just littering the floor. My dogs kept pulling them out from under things and playing with them, how disgusting!

We checked in for one night in our road trip to New Mexico, the room key didn't work, I returned to desk to correct it, but clerk didn't believe me, he walked to room, had the same result as me, returned to his desk, reprogrammed it, returned to room, still didn't work, used a master key to open the room, fiddled with two cards, finally succeeded and handed us our card. Then We went out and noticed the rear entrance door of the hotel was broken. It would not close securely. We notified the clerk of the problem and he acknowledged the door had been broken for quite some time, but allowed guests who parked in the back lot to use the door freely without a key. I feel this is unacceptable (this IS El Paso), as any vagrant would be able to enter at any time. The toilet paper roll is behind the toilet, be prepared for quite a stretch to unroll it. The best part was the soft mattress, king size, we had a great sleep.

This hotel used to be wonderful. We have stayed here several times and had always been happy about our decision to stay at this hotel. It is conveniently far enough outside of El Paso so that in the morning we didn't have to worry about rush hour traffic. It had always been clean and well cared for. Not so on our latest stay in March 2017. What a a big disappointment this time. Our room (205) had a weird smell, there were set-in stains on the sheets and the towels - oh my goodness. Never in our life have we stayed at a hotel with such sickening towels. Small, thin, threadbare and looking like they had been washed in dirty water, they were useless in trying to dry ourselves off after a shower. The bathroom was not clean. Canisters holding shampoo, body wash and conditioner are unsanitary, don't work well and should be done away with. Those were the negatives for our stay and they are significant. There is a saying, "Pinch pennies, lose dollars". We will be hard-pressed to want to give this hotel our business again! We won't complain without offering a solution. The on-site gym is cute and well stocked with nice equipment that no one seems to ever use. Sell off all that wasted equipment and go out and buy some decent towels and new linens!!! This will end on a positive note. Breakfast isn't as bad as we thought it was going to be, there is a decent restaurant (Mamacitas) next door, the rooms are fairly quiet and the shower is nice.

We've stayed here once before and the hotel was great. (About 2 years ago) This time I was shocked at the condition of things. The room mattress was so bad I woke up with both shoulders and hips hurting. The noise was ridiculous with people and there kids talking loud through the hallways, letting doors slam all hours of the night and very early in the morning. Absolutely no hotel common courtesy at all. The bathrooms now have "dispensers" on the wall by the sink and in the shower with liquid soap lotion etc instead of the normal small bottles most hotels use. They were empty when we arrived. I have no idea what they put in them, so I went and purchased my own. This is a hygiene and health issue in my opinion. However nothing compares to the filthy, gray looking bath towels, hand towels etc, that are more like dish rags than towels. They looked like they'd been washed in dirty water. It was just disgusting. I will not stay here again. I will go further up the road and drive back to Clint before I stay here again. They need to go back to the standard hotel toiletries, but some new towels and WASH them properly and replace the mattresses and bedding.

I loved staying here. I didn't want to leave. Warm, friendly staff, fantastic room, cozy bed, wonderful breakfast, scenic view, nearby restaurant. I look forward to going back someday, staying for a week and exploring the nearby wonders.

From start to finish staff was extremely pleasant. Was able to check in early with no problems and no fees. Breakfast was great and everything was nice and clean. I will stay here again if in the area.

We just needed a quick overnight stay. We found the Best Western to be clean and easy to find. The room had an odd musty odor when we first walked in, but it wasn't bad nor did it last. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was standard, but good. Everything was warm, there was plenty of food, and the breakfast area was kept clean. Staff was friendly and warm (even at midnight)! There is also a restaurant next door, walking distance, though we didn't try it. Our friends ate there and they were satisfied. A good option for a quick stay.

This Best Western is brand new and it is great. We really enjoyed the stay and we were very comfortable. We liked it so much that we drove an extra 3 hours to get back to this Hotel. We left San Antonio late and would not stay any where else. This is a great place to stay and the restaurant next store has great food.

Great city; great hotel. I cannot think of any unsatisfactory experience. The company I was with helped my travels to be very enjoyable. The locals were friendly, non-judgmental. There is an abundance of places to eat with great variety. We only ate at Genghis Grill.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Clean environment! The rooms were very clean and inviting. Would definitely stay there again. The price was fitting for the overnight stay. I cannot believe the service I received from the front desk at such a late time.

We were very pleased with our stay at this best western. We were there for a semi pro football game and didn't spend much time at the hotel but the staff is friendly and accomidated our request for early check in and ground floor room. Breakfast was good and they had a good variety of food available.

The best thing I can say is that this hotel has a decent location east of El Paso but I don't recommend staying at it. The hotel looks like it has had a recent facelift but it was an economy priced one. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk. Even though the manager's office was right behind the desk and the door was wide open, the manager wouldn't get up off his behind until we stuck our head in the door and asked if there was anyone working the front desk. He finally came out to check us in. When we asked about parking our truck and trailer across three parking spaces he said it would be no problem - because they were not expecting many guests that night. We had requested a non-smoking room. This hotel has three floors and as it turns out it has four rooms on the third floor where smoking is allowed. With a not very busy night guess where the manager assigned us - yep, on the third floor AND in a room right across from the elevator so that we could listen to it "ding" all night long. We went down and requested a room change. Unfortunately nothing could be done for the stale smoke smell in the elevator from the smokers going up to their rooms. You'd think they would put the smoking rooms on the first floor at the far back so the smokers could go right out the back door and smoke. The stairwell also was stale from the smokers smoking in it. So when we checked in we asked when the breakfast was served and the manager confirmed that it was from 6am - 9am - the same as all the other hotels we've stayed in. As we had an early leave planned the next day, we got up, packed and headed down to the breakfast room at 6am. We were surprised to find the door locked and the room dark. The front desk clerk was again Missing In Action. We found her leaning on the railing outside the front door just staring off in the distance. When we asked about breakfast she said - "Oh no, the breakfast hours are from 7am to 10am." That was their third strike and they're out. We won't choose it again.

Decent place to stay on the outskirts of ElPaso. NO restaurants nearby. If you want dinner you will have to go into ElPaso. Had inside rooms which we wanted also. Breakfast was fair, scrambled eggs did not look that appetizing

Serious management problems. No sign of a manager day or night. Food preparation very poor. Checkout clerk also kitchen clerk. Neither function even close to satisfactory. Overall facility maintenance very poor. I have stayed her two times before and the quality has gone - completely gone.

Excellent hotel. Warm and inviting with a very attentive staff. Nice Hotel is very clean, well maintained and a pleasant place to stay. The staff is well trained and execute customer service to a high degree.

This hotel is a welcome place to rest you head after a hard days travel/work. Friendly staff, very large rooms and very clean! This is not a luxury hotel, but it is very nice. It is located next to a few local amenities that a travel might need. If you find yourself this way it is worth it to stay here.

Room was average in every way. Closet door did not work. I pointed out to the front desk clerk the broken lock on the back door. He would not call the repair person out to fix it. Check out lady handled the breakfast area as well. She provided excellent service.

The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is an indoor pool in a billing across the parking lot. It is also very clean and has an assist lift for handicap access into the pool and the hot tub. There is a free continental breakfast as well.

This was a very nice hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone.The internet is password protected and fast. The room and bed were very comfortable. Everything was clean and updated. The breakfast was hot and plentiful. There is a convenient restaurant within walking distance but I would encourage you to find another one.

The East El Paso Best Western in Clint, Texas was a great way to come home to the Lone Star State. Starting with the friendly clerk at front desk, we were happy to be home. The room was cool and spacious, and we enjoyed the convenient guest laundry room where we washed and dried a week's worth of clothes from our trip to Arizona. Next door Tex/Mex restaurant was good, and next morning breakfast great with made-to-order omelets.

This was a 1 night stop over after our flight into El Paso from the UK. The room was clean and as expected. Everything was in working order. reception were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was good, the kids loved the Texas waffles and the swimming pool was just want the kids needed after their flight!

We stayed at this hotel in order to be close to the famous restaurant Cattleman's Steakhouse....we were satisfied to find a clean room and very polite and helpful attendants. We also appreciated the morning breakfast that was very good. Would stay there again anytime.

We like best westerns when traveling because most of them are nice. This BW was no exception. A few minor things, wfi was very slow, shampoo and soap were in dispenses on the wall, and we're not full, the coffee was extremely weak. I mentioned the weak coffee to t the desk clerk m and she replied, " that is the way it comes out of the pot"

Great lace to stay, clean, and orderly Good staff, laundry room a little dirty.(had to sweep it myself) but other than that. sleep was good and room comfy. Pretty handy to elpaso without the annoyance of heavy traffic

Efficient, friendly staff. Good breakfast with pastries, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Clean, spacious room. Take a side trip to historic San Elizario, just minutes away. Easy access to interstate. Perfectly fine for overnight on road trip.

We spent three nights here and enjoyed the stay and all the employees were pleasant. Next door to this hotel we had excellent Mexican food too. my only complaint would be the powdered eggs, however the breakfast was a large enough selection that it didn't matter.

No inbetween at this hotel. We got here at 8P and stayed one night, on the first floor. The awful: The floors are thin - we could hear the room upstairs walking across the floor. We could also hear their music. This review would have been 5 stars except for the morning desk. They have no business being in the hospitality industry. After breakfast, in a too small to accommodate more than 6 comfortably nook, I walked over to check out and tell them the AC didn't work and the guy tried to tell me "the air gets trapped in the curtain." Wrong answer. When I can't hear the fan OR the compressor come on, there is no air to trap. Guy next to me had issues with his AC to. There were 3 ppl standing at the desk - not one apologized for the discomfort. It was the lack of response and concern for the quality of our stay that made this a 3 star review. The good: the room was a great price for the location, size, comfort of the bed and amenities. The fitness area had excellent l, updated equipment and it was comfortable. The night clerk was exemplary - I wish I could give her a 5 star rating. She was helpful, kind and efficient. She was also friendly and when told of the music issue, she addressed it immediately. Management should consider discussing with the morning staff how to appropriately handle problems, I suggest having the night clerk show them how to be gracious. Would we stay here again? Likely. I hope they fix the AC issues before we make it back.

Only stayed one night, but we were greeted by front desk person who could easily tell we were arriving late and were road weary. The gentleman helped get us to our room as quickly as possible and even helped with our bags. The property manager was welcoming and just as helpful. The building was secure and safe. Both men said to not hesitate to let them know if we needed anything during our stay. Customer service was over the top! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we woke refreshed. The breakfast room was clean. We were offered homemade salsa with our eggs. Yummy! If in this area, would certainly stay again at this hotel.

This hotel was conveniently located near the highway. It was clean, comfortable and affordable. The front desk attendant was very helpful and friendly. It was extremely affordable, as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff that were helpful upon arrival. Room was large but pretty empty (not a big deal to me), with a flat screen and nice clean bathroom. Mini fridge and microwave, and A/C worked great. Pool was a solid 68 degrees and hot tub was warm and worked perfect. Both looked quite new and even had LED effects in them. Only con of the place was the third floor smelled like someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes in the hallway even though the whole hotel in non smoking. Luckily my room didn't.

Stopped on our drive from California to Louisiana; outside of El Paso so less crowded. Older hotel but clean and with breakfast. Good restaurant next door. Wouldn't stay other than for a stopover, but it was perfect for that. wifi is ridiculously slow.

I had actually stayed in this property several times before, but it was under another brand. I only stayed there after a long trip home from California and felt I would like to stay outside of the busy El Paso area on the way east. The hotel has been improved in décor and in the breakfast room offerings. The hotel has an elevator, which is nice for a 3 story building. It is near the interstate, but not next top it so it was very quiet and there is a very nice view of the city to the west down below.

A very nice motel with a very nice staff and room. It was right on the road to our destination and easy access. Resturaunts and fuel right next door. Handy. Quiet and restful sleeping time. we wre overall happy.

Clean, nice room, great breakfast, good price. East access to I-10. Would stay there again! It is located on the eastern side of El Paso which is what I was looking for since I was headed to Dallas and wanted to miss the traffic in El Paso.

Overview: A large, clean room with modern furnishings (including a fridge and a microwave); large enough to accommodate a small dining table with 2 chairs (provided). The “High-Speed Internet” was free but not very fast (I tried to check my email but gave up in frustration due to the slowness; I've had faster dial-up). There is sufficient space in the far corner opposite the flat-panel TV for a recliner or an overstuffed chair with an ottoman; too bad no one had thought of it. Layout/Design Flaws: The toilet paper dispenser on the wall behind and above toilet makes it almost impossible to reach from a sitting position. Bathroom exhaust fan (good) on the same switch as the bathroom lights (not good). Bathroom door opens into the smallish bathroom but could have easily been installed to open outward into the spacious guest room foyer. Wall décor is almost non-existent; two small (2' x 2 ½') abstract paintings. Spartan for such a large room. * Drapes are not light blocking so if you plan to sleep late, ask for a room facing the southwest. Bathroom: I appreciate the shampoo/conditioner/bath gel dispenser in the shower and the soap/lotion dispenser near the bathroom sink as I'm definitely in favor of eliminating the waste of slightly used soaps and paper which inevitably windup in our landfills (and drinking water). Bath towels were older, worn (in some cases threadbare), and rather dingy. The bathtub tile is attractive and the shower head was above average to the task. There was hot water on demand with good pressure. The drain plug was disconnected and left lopsided in the drain. Breakfast: Scheduled for 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. but by 8:00 a.m. out of some of the basics. Coffee more like broth or coffee-flavored water. No biscuits with ½ crock-pot of gravy. Orange juice watered down. Texas-shaped waffles are interesting. Scrambled eggs may be powdered. Over-ripe bananas. The only yogurt was the bland Activia (Dannon) brand. Honey buns (nice). Variety of cold cereals with milk, but I didn't see any hot cereals. Final Notes: Comfy beds with plenty of pillows. The small coffee pouch provided burst upon use dropping grounds into the cup below - that makes for a pretty gritty cup of cowboy coffee!

A nice hotel if you only stay 1 night. We picked this hotel because it was close to where we needed to be and looked new. All we used the hotel for was to shower and sleep. If your going to stay for more than a night you may want to make sure housekeeping comes by.

Great value great experience great stay The hotel was great and had a nearby restaurant with a full bar that made the stay convenient and exceptional. So relaxing to have a great meal and a cocktail followed by a hot shower and a good nights rest to continue on the road, and in the middle of nowhere...who would have guessed.

I haven't stayed at a BW property for dozens of years. I was heading home and wanted to visit Cattleman's Steakhouse on the way and found they were close, so took a chance and booked it. Asked for the quiet side which they accommodated. Large room, easy parking, free breakfast and Internet. What's not to love. Bed could have been a little more comfy, but then the price would have to be higher.

just passing through el paso and choose a hotel near I-10. Staff at front desk were very helpful. the bed was great, and no road noise from I-10. Mexican food restaurant next door was very reasonable $$ and food was good.

We stayed here for just one night while passing through. We had a two queen room, which was very large #201, and the beds were fine, the breakfast was usual waffle, sausage, breads etc. For the price, it was just fine, clean, friendly, easy off easy on, gas and convenience store right beside it.

King room very spacious. Room clean and stay was quiet. Staff very helpful. Breakfast choices good and hot. Two restaurants within well lit walkway. Best of all just off I10 and outside of busy El Paso with good value for you money.

Very Clean and quiet. Quiet area south and east of El Paso. Hotel staff recommended good restaurant next door. Easy check-in, easy check-out. Located east of the busy El Paso area, but not too far out to be isolated. Nice clean breakfast area, good coffee. Had to leave very early, so did not take breakfast.

Great experience. Room was great and service was great. Staff was friendly. Room was clean as would be expected at a Best Western. Room rate included a good breakfast. The view from our room overlooking El Paso was beautiful and panoramic. Great Mexican restaurant next to hotel; best Mexican food we have eaten and moderately priced.

My wife and I arrived late last night into El Paso from San Diego. As soon as we walked in the Best Western, the front desk clerks set about getting us checked in. We were given a huge suite with a king-sized bed. Although the neighbours were a bit rowdy, things settled down quickly. It was a peaceful night, followed by a more than adequate breakfast. Great value for what was essentially a quick stop-over.

This was a nice location just east of El Paso. The hotel staff was very accommodating and moved us when we had a problem with our room. The rooms are large, the beds comfortable, bathrooms updated and a full breakfast in the morning. Good spot when passing through El Paso.

The room, like the rest of this clean and comfortable place, was stark and without any "frills". As usual we were impressed with the courtesy of the staff and pleasant efficiency. The only real reason for just three circles was the virtually inedible breakfast, even with just basic fare. A lack of sufficient staffing appeared to be the reason for overcooked meat and pretend scrambled eggs just can't be good. Next time we are making a long trip, we may or may not stay here again. The beds were fine and climate control was accurate, and there are few choices in the area. You could do much worse.

Chose hotel because of good review on trip advisor and wanted a hotel east of El Paso as I was driving from Dallas to Tucson. There is major road construction off interstate 10 to the hotel...so...even though it is about 1/4 of a mile away....it took over 12 minutes because of traffic. This hotel has THREE "Trip Advisor" decals on the front doors. Room was OK.... bed soft (as in all my reviews). Noise traveled into room..footsteps from above...but most annoyingly, every time a door closed....the bang shook the room. Bathroom extremely small...the length of the bathtub, the width of the toilet. I did not enjoy breakfast, but I did not have any of the hot things...they may be ok.... muffin I had was clearly stale. I purposely chose this hotel because I am on a trip and stayed at Fairfields, Hamptoms, Holiday Inn Expressed.....you get it...budget hotels. I wanted to try a Best Western. I think I will stick with the others. BUT..... I encourage you to read the other reviews.

The staff is very pleasant. Check in for us was easy. Breakfast was the standard Best Western, no frills but good. Near the freeway but noise was not a problem. Restaurant next door was recommended & was great food.

Check out was more difficult and time consuming because I asked to have an email with a proof of stay receipt. They would not do that. Carpets were needing to be vacuumed when I arrived. Breakfast was all bread type selections, and exactly the same each day.

We made last minute reservations through one of the discount sites online. There was a problem with the reservation. Three of us, but it was for a king room. What could have been a disaster was rectified pretty quickly and easily by the front desk staff. The property was in great shape, including the lobby, breakfast area and rooms. The breakfast was really good for one that was included in the price.

My husband and I highly recommend the Best Western East El Paso Inn, Clint TX. From the minute we walked through the door, you feel welcomed. it is very obvious the staff wants you there. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was great. We will go back.

I was disappointed in the room. We have stayed at best westerns and this was the worst. There was one room left when we got there. When we walked in our room it smelled like pee. It did not feel fresh at all. In the bathroom there was hair on the floor. It looked like when they mopped it they did not seek it first. Disgusting. I will give kudos to the breakfast and customer service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly. I will probably not stay at that particular one again.

My wife and I spent just one night here on our drive from Austin, TX to Silver City, NM. The hotel is right off of I-10, convenient, clean and comfortable. The desk staff members were all very professional, friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered the usual range of items, including scrambled eggs, waffles, sausage, and oatmeal. We have just one complaint ... and one "odd" thing to share. First the odd tidbit — whoever installed the toilet paper roll dispenser really should have had a seat before mounting the thing on the wall — you have to be a contortionist to twist around and raise your arm up in a very uncomfortable stretch to reach it. VERY odd! The complaint is VERY serious. For whatever reasons, the internet connection dropped every few minutes and then restored itself within a minute or two. This was irritating when it came to checking email and surfing websites -- BUT it rendered Skype calls and watching streaming videos impossible. This issue simply MUST be fixed. So, overall, a great place to stay -- but if the internet is important to you, you might want to give them a call and get their assurance that things are working flawlessly.

My parents stayed at this hotel for over a month before it was a Best Western. During that month, I stayed there for 2 1-week stretches. The staff and the owner went out of their way to accommodate our needs. My stay last weekend was just as pleasant and the remodel, Best Western upgrade, is great. The rooms are large and the bed was very comfortable. I will stay there again.

This is a newly refurbished hotel everything is new looking. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast was a hot full breakfast. Walls are a little thin could hear the room next door talking on phone (I have poor hearing so when that happens you walls are thin) couldn't tell what they were saying. Desk lady was helpful.
