Best Western Heritage Inn

Hotel had a nice staff, great price and close to expressway. Not sure I would stay here again though. Definitely an older hotel that needed some updates. Bathroom toilet ran continuously, I fixed it. Shampoo and Body Wash dispensers were empty in shower.

What a letdown. There were many problems with our room including an ant infestation, a smoke detector that would go off in the middle of the night because no one replaced the batteries. Also when I tried to notify an employee about the issues he ignored me. Overall I feel that I was scammed.

We generally try to stay at Best Western Plus hotels, as we have always had great experiences. How this hotel got the Plus status is beyond me. The staff (man) at the front desk was very nice, check in and out was very smooth. The room, so basic! The shower products in the shower were all empty. There was very little hot water. The towels were small, and so old they were paper thin. There were black marks on our sheets. The area where I took our dogs was disgusting. I can't believe people that travel with pets don't pick up their dog's poop! And I will say the facility does not appear well kept. Garbage also laying around the lot. No outside garbage cans for guest to use so that may explain it. On a good note, the diner attached to the hotel was terrific, great food! We will not return to this Best Western.

A pet-friendly place well-positioned for getting around Chattanooga. The staff was personable and accommodating to us and our 2 dogs. Our room was clean and ready. This was the first time staying with them away from home. We brought a dog crate and therapeutic mattress which made things a bit tight but overall, our stay worked out very well. Would stay there again.

we was travelling from michigan to florida , the room was fantastic the hotel is near 75 and the dinner was open 11pm. so we ate and slept , the beds were comfortable and the pillow are awesome. located 15 minutes from downtown was a big plus to get out of heavy traffic downtown

we stayed here travelling from florida to new york . the weather was very good. the dinner in lobby is great. the food is good. the hotel was awesome, we will be staying here again on the return trip. right of the 75. ...................................

The room was disgusting. The floors hadn't been cleaned, the bathroom was disgusting. The microwave and fridge were filthy, there was stuff splattered all over the furniture. The toilet seat was broken. The heater made a loud ticking sound (like someone smacking a metal panel) when it wasn't on waking us up throughout the night. When I addressed the issues with the manager he couldn't be bothered and only said "sorry boss".

This is a motel which is not apparent from the photos and had I known I would stayed elsewhere. The bed was comfortable but that's the only positive thing I can report. Room was dated, Luke warm shower, limited tv channels

The check in went well. Sam was friendly and helpful. The rooms were adequate and were not dirty... though I wouldn't call it clean or well kept. No pool and no breakfast just an on site restaurant. Decent value overall.

Filth everywhere. Hair, fingernails, leaky sink, chipping paint, dirty pillows, gross bathroom, BUGS!!! The manage would not refund our full stay and laughed saying there had been truckers staying in the room before us which was hardly a comfort. He also said they were having a staff meeting about cleanliness. I'm under the impression our room hadn't been cleaned at all. Five cop cars see there that evening, We were too scared to sleep and the sirens made it impossible anyway. Worst hotel I've ever been in. A real dive.

Stayed here during a road trip as we try and stick with Best Western as much as we can. This hotel is pretty run down, with stained carpets and outdoor entrances to the rooms, desperately needs updating. Our tub faucet leaked a lot. On the other hand, the guy at the front desk was polite, bed was clean and comfortable. There is a diner beside the lobby which was packed when we arrived, and for good reason - the food was fantastic, good service and they had some really good looking cakes and pies on display. No free breakfast at this hotel, but we got a discount at the diner for staying at the hotel.

the jets in the hottub did not work, we called front desk, they didn't care, never even came to look, when we checked out the manager said we were crazy and demanded us to leave bc we asked for a discount on the price for that room.

this hotel is near i75, great location. 15miles from downtown. staff is helpfull at hotel, was pretty quiet, pool was open great diner on site, plenty of parking round the back. pretty fairly price. rhea was sweet at check out.

went for work in the area. hotel was great. restaurant in hotel was good. near i75. was easy to extend my stay for few more days. checked inn 2 hours early, was not a problem, just called ahead of time. Sam was friendly at check in.

Stopped in as this one had the Only openings. Staff are very sweet, and very respectful. They always tend to make sure your needs are met and do a very good job at it. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed immediately. Rooms are very nice and clean. The Beds are comfortable. Is very peaceful at night I would highly recommend best western for your Nightly stays and for good nights rest. 10/10 Sam is cool.

Super friendly staff that go out of their way to take care of you, Jimmy is amazing. Citi cafe on site and just 5 min from Hamilton place! Right off the interstate and easy access. Easy to book with, super great location.

Cheesy second shift "front desk manager" with the busted wrist cancelled our reservations before we arrived. All rooms were occupied and we had to find another hotel that night 30 miles away because the town was having softball national championships. We had missing the first day of a two day reservation, which they charged us for, acceptable my fault, but I call the desk manager at 5am the morning of our 2nd night and he assured me the reservation would be kept for use. Manager is cheesy and blamed the cancellation on Best Western Reservation, untrue, and when I called him on it he blamed it on the night janitor. He's a real sleaze. Stay away from here,

When I checked out I canceled my reservation for the next night. Hotel still charged me even tho I had until 4pm to cancel them.when talking to the the desk clerk she stated she couldn't do anything about it.

It's like a home away from home feel. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. They do their Best to make sure that the guests have what they need. They are quick to respond to questions and requests. Every time I go to Chattanooga I stay at this location.

There was an open soap bar in my shower. The shampoo, conditioner and wash were broken. The shower tub leaked water. There was trashed not picked up from the previous visitors. The room had an odor. The carpeting was stained and I refused to walk in it with my bare feet.

Best Western has always been a safe bet for moderate price, decent clean rooms with a few amenities. However this visit was completely different. Although the desk persons were polite and friendly, the room left something to be desired. The carpet in my room was the filthiest I have ever seen. Looked like urine stains and other unknown stains throughout. The bathroom door was falling apart at the bottom- appeared to have been soaked in water. When I closed the door, I noticed someone had written a horrible racist slur. I told the desk clerk and showed him photos of the above. He apologized and offered another room. Since I was only staying 2 nights, I declined. Other than the small pack of coffee in the room, there was no complimentary coffee or continental breakfast. There is a restaurant attached where you would have to buy anything you chose. I thought $2.85 for 1 cup of coffee was outrageous. Needless to say, I will never stay there again when I visit Chattanooga. I have stayed at several other places that were well worth the trip.

There was nothing accessible about this so-called wheelchair accessible room. We reserved a room with roll-in shower and were given a room with a bathtub with grab bars. Front desk was unaccomodating.

Rooms were dirty in the corners and in the bathroom. We saw a handful of bugs. The price was good and they allow pets so that's why we stayed. The service was good the rooms just need to be deep cleaned and updated. Location was in the rougher part of town.

Terrible, terrible, terrible service! Upon arrival the room smelled like mold and was not up to our standards according to what the website preview looked like. There was blood on our comforter when we got there and it took 6 hours to get a delivery of clean sheets, wouldn't give us a new comforter for both beds either. We called 3 times and had 3 small children with us including my 10 week old. Had to wait till 10pm to go to bed to wait for them to bring us linens. Refused to give us a comforter or pillow cases only sheets and a blanket with holes in it. Also refused to give us our money back so we could just leave and go home that same night. Will never stay here again or in the area. Surprised their power was even on honestly.

Room was unclean, blood stains on sheet, dirty towel, dust everywhere, plugs looked like they'd start a fire, and cups full of cigarette butts outside of doors, houseless people in parking lot. Overall it was just gross.

So the location was good. My parents booked this room for location and the fact it was a best Western. Unfortunatly the room was not nice at all. We had blood drops on the floor through the room, sheets were stained, and the towels were very tired. It was giving me motel vibes not Best Western Hotel. The room needed care also, everything was just tired and chipped/ broken. No fan in the bathroom. That said the management was very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant attached was very good. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again and I didn't feel clean leaving.

When we booked this room I expected a decent clean place to stay considering it was a Best Western. I was horrified when I arrived and saw the state of the room. It reeked of mildew, there is mold in the corners, and in one corner the electrical outlet that the lamps are plugged into wasn't even connected to the wall and wasn't functional. The locks did not look secure. My husband and I both felt so unsafe and uncomfortable that we canceled the room after 20 minutes and found a much cleaner room across town. The parking garage downtown felt both safer and cleaner than this Best Western. After this horrendous experience I will avoid ever booking a room with any Best Western for future trips.

We were here visiting family and decided to try this hotel out. It was clean, it was spacious, and we enjoyed our stay. One quick note if you're staying on the front side of the hotel, you will hear some of the highway noise at four and 5 o'clock in the morning. With that being said, we do plan to stay here again; we'll just get a room on the other side.

Thank you so much to the staff at this Best Western in Chattanooga for making our evacuation from hurricane Ian much less stressful than it would have been. Everyone was great, especially the night shift person who checked us in and out.

The coffee machine needs to be replaced as well as the refrigerator, the room is clean, the restaurant was really good .too close to a major intersection$100 deposit for a 10 lb dog a little too much.

Older exterior-doors strip motel with nice solid surface sinks and some new paint. Nasty rotted 90's carpet, not fully cleaned (if that's even possible). Room smelled as if someone had been smoking something recently that included rotted vegetation or controlled substances. Spouse refused to step foot further into the room after turning on the light and seeing the corner under the old, torn floor lamp full of the dead bugs seen in the photo. Worn/threadbare chair by the bed was covered in unidentifiable stains. Carpet décor included leftover crumbs from a previous visitor. The toilet was a less than pleasant surprise, with water leaking onto and across the floor, and either mold or splash remains of krap around the base as seen in photo below. Sufficiently unsanitary that we went across the street to the gas station to relieve ourselves in a cleaner facility. Granted, it was 3am after >12 hrs of straight driving, and I didn't want to die on the highway, so I wrapped myself in a sheet my wife had packed and slept for a few hours on top of the bed...while she slept in the car. Shared our concerns with staff, but management refused to offer any refund or compensation. Not recommended. At least until they gut and replace carpets, toilets, and the rest of the broken and worn FF&E. Recommend renaming for now as "Worst Western"

over all the staff at the motel were nice. However the manger Indian woman. Is the worst. Witnessed this woman publicly and blatantly accuse a guest of prostitution simply because there were used condoms in the room. She refused to give the woman her cash deposit until the lady continued to press her for physical evidence to prove her facts which she had none. After the guest told her she would handle the matter legally she told the guy at the front desk to release the deposit. That behavior is completely unacceptable best western needs to ensure these places are rabid professionally and by properly trained personnel that incident was a law suit waiting to happen. She has no business working in customer service and absolutely no business with the day to day running of.a hotel/ motel. They need to get rid of her, the property itself needs a lot of work

Good internet, diner food was great, excellent service from hotel staff very clean rooms and great front desk and housekeeping staff. Very convenient location just off the interstate. Especially loved the diner staff, very comfortable beds as well

This hotel is older, all outside entrances. No elevator, so if you cannot do stairs ask for ground floor. Pool is in back, outside. Small but nice. The City Cafe if where you get breakfast. They only offer a 10% discount to hotel guests, but the food is great and you do not leave hungry. I booked a suite that was smaller then expected and the room set up was not great. The only issues I had with the room was it could have been cleaner and the toilet seat was broken. The room was very quite did not hear any outside noise.

This is hotel is older. The breakfast is at the adjoining restaurant; City Cafe. Which they will give you a 10% discount on all meals. The beds are doubles not queens. If you cannot do stairs ask for the ground floor. All rooms are outside entrance. Pool is in the back of the hotel, so if you want pool side ask for back. This is a small outdoor pool.

Hotel is right off the 75, very easy access. The hotel staff was very nice and the room was spotless . There is a diner located in the lobby, great food ! I will definitely stay there again. Enjoyed the two night stay!

Manager perpetrated fraud on my reservation. Made a reservation to begin on Thursday night thru Sunday checkout and have confirmation stating as much as well however upon checkout received bill and noticed manager Jimmy checked my room in at 8:31PM on Wednesday when asked the clerk on duty at check out who was high I may add said he couldn't do anything I'd have to speak to manager Jimmy who is the one that committed the fraud on my credit card. Secondly the hotel was unsafe vagrants walking through the parking lot the entire stay. Terrible experience still attempting to get my money back.

Stay was overall decent. They had a diner connected to the hotel, and there was swimming pool. The front desk didn't not inform us of the extra charge to our card for incase of damage to the room. He then claimed it would return to our card after check out. It takes up to 6 to 10 days to return to our card

Over priced! Memorial Day prices doubled and website gives appearance of a hotel. We got there and it was a motel with a tiny pool. Water pressure horrible in rusty tub. Iron low jacked too hard to use. Don't fall for this unless you are looking for motel.

The “City Cafe” connected to the hotel, has fantastic food. Very large portions and extremely reasonable priced. The hotel it's self, is an older hotel with some upgrades. Price is very reasonable, and it was a good place to stay. If your picky about every detail, this might not be the place for you. It is a decent place for a short stay, but it's not perfect. I would have no issues with staying at this hotel again.

The room was ok and the price was average. However, there is no breakfast included. They have an onsite restaurant with a discount. I prefer to stay where breakfast is included so I most likely will not stay here again.

The coffee pot didn't work. The toilet kept making noises, waking me throughout the night. The bathroom wasn't clean, hair in the tub. At checkout, there wasn't staff at the lobby desk so I was unable to get a receipt. I was then charged &100.00 more than the price online when I booked the room. I will not be staying here again.

Traveling form Austin, TX. to Spring Grove, PA. the Best Western was a little over halfway home. Unfortunately we were running past the reservation check-in and called to say that and the friendly man at the reception desk said that our room was guaranteed.

Our 1 night stay was extremely unpleasant, the room did not have a working toilet, there were previous guest hairs in the shower and we noticed roaches in the room. The overall room cleanliness was just awful, worst we have ever seen and my husband travels quite a bit. Luckily we were only booked for one night to break up a long family road trip. My husband also noticed a number of homeless people surrounding the hotel premises. As a family I would highly recommend avoiding this establishment.

I wanted to leave as soon as we walked in this small, outdated room desperately in need of refurbishing. It is located on Lee Highway with access to each room from outside. Cars roar up and down the highway, and the air conditioner is loud and rattles. The furniture is chipped and cracked. There are some holes in the baseboard with exposed wiring. The refrigerator rattles and is taped together. It is not clean. recommend staying somewhere else.

We usually stay here but last couple of times it has been awful we will not stay here again. The front desk attendant never asked me how my stay was, I had asked her if they had not enough help and she told me she has only been employed for 3 month and has worked 90 hours the week before, and that there was not enough help to clean rooms. The inside staircase was filthy needed to be wiped down and vacuumed, glass doors needed to be cleaned. Long hair behind bathroom door was not mine. Spit or vomit on wall when we sat and used tolet that was running all night long. It was just plain gross.

This is a very old and in need of updates. The carpet smells, walls were dirty, and will never stay here again. Very noisy traffic because of thin walls. This is a motel not a hotel and is definitely a one star motel. The only good thing was the front desk worker was very friendly and welcoming. He is the only 5 stars about this property. Do Not Stay Here

Room was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable. It is an older property on a busy street but I think it is a great value for the money especially for a business traveler. Families maybe not so much but my stay was perfect.

The area was extremely noisy all night with lots of traffic and an occasional siren. We did not sleep very well. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise with desserts to die for. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a great dessert.

My room was unclean, noisy and unsafe. Very unsatisfactory. I had to leave and go to another hotel in order to feel safe. The room stank and was unclean. The rooms were outside entrance and the noise from traffic and the parking lot was very loud.

Beds were comfortable and linens were clean. Water marks down bathroom wall from a toilet leak in the upstairs. So much built up dust/dirt along the baseboards. No free breakfast as a restaurant is on site. Poor value for the money. Would not stay there again.

This hotel did not hold the room we had reserved and could not provide us with anything comparable. The room reeked of smoke. We all had sinus issues in the morning. The towels were dingy grey and thin. Would not stay here again.

So not stay here. This hotel is rim down and staffed by wage earners who simply do not care. No breakfast, filthy rooms, and broke. doors. I have been to BW coast to coast and this one is the worst. Motel 6 is a better choice than this one.

We stay at this hotel several times per year and have been very happy with the location and amenities. The attached restaurant is great, with large portions, great service, and great prices. Check-in is easy and booking online works great.

Excellent experience for our 1st time here. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean, tidy, and freshly washed linens. Our room was quiet for a good nights sleep. We had good internet service in our room. We highly recommend staying here.

Other than out of date rooms and a lot of noise, the location has no breakfast . Would have stayed somewhere else on our trip to Florida. Rooms were secured with shed hasps because new room locks haven't arrived.

Clean rooms with 3 double beds was an excellent feature and they were very comfortable. No free breakfast but you get a discount at restaurant. check in was quick and very friendly. We would definitely stay again.

Check in, quick/easy. Room clean and fresh. Good food restaurant attached. Price comparable. Easy to get to and parking good. Nice place to stay while traveling in this area. Lighting inside and outside of the place is bright

Rooms were dirty, rugs disgusting - Bathroom ok - furniture rotting and falling apart - refrigerator falling apart and the storage area where located in furniture rotting away. wouldn't even touch the coffee maker. Hairdryer barely worked. This location was a disappointment to other Best Westerns we have stayed at.

This place was dirty, broken, toiletries were not filled when we arrived, non smoking but smelled awful like a cigarette, noisy, front staff was short with us, huge gap in the front door and cops were there on arrival with guest with issues. Just keep driving!

Bed was comfy enough & we slept well. The hot tub was great to have. It worked. The phone did not. We had a couple of roaches. The room was in desperate need of remodeling & deep cleaning. It was a non-smoking room but smelled musty & like old cigarettes even after we Febrezed everything. We wiped up the water after getting out of the hot tub & the white towel was black from the dirty floor. All of the mirrors were streaky & several greasy prints around on surfaces.Bring your disinfecting wipes & bleach cleaner. The walls are thin. We heard our neighbors' whole conversations. Not the best stay for our 1st vacation in 5 years. We booked it for the hot tub.

Not welcoming, and generally rude front desk, noisy outside the door, towels that would get around your head much less dry off after the shower. Tough location, although the attached diner was great. They did admit the hotel folks were 'not friendly'. Only there for one night, but would not go back.

This Best Western is lacking in amenities. Has many room items that aren't functional. Cleanliness is so so and remodeling efforts are poor at best. My outside wall room was very noisy as it is very close to a main road. Location and age of the facility are big drawbacks.

This is the first Best Western that I have ever stayed in that did not offer coffee in the lobby. ( I have stayed at a dozen Best Westerns this year alone)there was also no breakfast offered, the internet was spotty at best.

I would not recommend this Best Western or stay here again. Room smelled musty and was just old and dingy. Rooms look nothing like the pictures anymore. I spilled something on the floor, I wiped it up and the tissue was black. I also did not feel safe here. There were people yelling outside our room in the middle of the night and some people checked in next to us and were yelling too. Once we left we noticed some hangers, a rag, and bungie cord thrown next to our uhual like someone was trying to get into the lock.

No comforter, Thin blanket between two sheets was given. Pillows also sucked. AC had to be on 65 or room felt humid and moist. No shampoo or soap in bathroom and limited towels. Room appeared clean but if walked barefoot feet turned black. Front desk guy was nice. Area was okay. Next to gas station. Also right next to a hospital and main road so cars/ambulances get loud.

Poor service, room was terrible and the smoke alarm started going off announcing low batteries while wires to the wall so it couldn't be shut off, woke us at 3:30 am! Outside there were two tweakers hanging around when we left at 4 am! Will not stay here again

Each Best Western Hotel is independently owned and operated; refreshing in this day and age. I honestly can't praise the staff and management enough for their kindness and accommodating attitude during our stay. Thanks go to Jimmy, and especially Simon at the reception desk, who was incredible and friendly. Thanks also to Karima, the GM, for her kindness and understanding. We had special needs and they delivered! While they don't have a continental breakfast, they are attached to the 24/7 City Cafe and guests of the hotel receive 10% off every meal during their stay. The hotel has a low price-point so you just can't go wrong. Highly recommended by me!

Building didn't look as clean as the pictures do. We could not get into our room for the 2/3 nights we actually stayed as the "battery" was dead for the locking machinism. The pool was green, on a holiday weekend! The mini fridge did not work and our left overs and dessert spoiled. Mattresses were very firm. Tub was not properly washed out and my family member slipped but caught herself. Not a good experience. :(

Front desk staff is amazing! Beds are comfy and rooms are clean. I always know the room will be nice and clean that's why I always stay at a best western. I love their breakfast and their beds and friendly staff.

Stained linens, room reeked of smoke, noisy, overall not worth the cost. We had to change rooms, first one's floor was soaked, the ac disassembled. 2nd room was stinky amd dingy. Overall, felt like a sketchy roadside motel. 0 stars, do not recommend

Thinks broke in room, pool gross and slimy, never got any clean towels, and then the bugs. I reported the issues with the desk and manager and was told it would be fixed, never was. Just gross. I will not be back there.

Great customer service. Room was great. Had the one worth jacuzzi. Restaurant was great. You get a large portion of food and I must say the deserts was excellent. Checking in was nice. The man, can't remember the name was very nice and took the time to help me register for the rewards at the end of my stay. Overall it was a great experience and u will stay there again.

From the "service" to the room itself, this was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. I paid extra for a quiet king room, and got a confirmation that I would have that. What I got was the room nearest the pool which was also the smoking area for the hotel. The desk attendant said he could not help me. Booking.com said they could not help me. So we stayed the night. Here are the highlights: - the mattress had a huge dent in the mattress nearest the head of the bed. We slept backwards with our pillows and our heads at the foot of the bed - the smell of the room, which is a combination of old shoes and sore milk, was spewing from the radiator. Note the hotel prides itself on COVID precautions. If the room filters are trashed it means nothing. - the "clean remote" was sticky. - the rug of the room was sticky. - the odor of the room stuck on our clothes when we left. I guess you get what you pay for. I was looking for a deal, but this was only $15 less than another hotel. I chose this for the ratings on Bookings, which were "wonderful" according to the site. So, when you are looking at Bookings or Trivago for a hotel, dig DEEP into the reviews.

First room ceiling was covered in mold we told them room is toxic and wanted a new room. The gentleman said we have the room next-door as soon as it's done being cleaned the people cleaning the room looked as if they had just been pulled off the street they look very disheveled I actually thought that they were undesirable staying at the hotel especially with Covid people should be trained to clean a room properly this room that we stayed and had no mold on the ceiling but it did have mold in the bathroom and paint peeling my husband walked in the room and after a half hour or so he noticed how black his feet were my socks and his feet look like we walked in tar this is unacceptable we pay good money to have a clean room you're tired on the road you want a clean place to stay what do you do you're stuck

Our room had a worn out rug that barley concealed the rotting floor boards in the corners. Roaches had taken up residence in these rotted floor boards and were living it up under the loose carpet. At night, they all started crawling up the walls and across the floors!! The motel couldn't offer us another room. I'm not sure we would have stayed if they had… The cost was very high to begin with and the BW name was not well represented at this property.

The room was moldy, furniture & walls! To anyone entering the room this would without a doubt be noticeable! Also plumbing issues, all reported to the staff. There may have been only 1 person on staff for a Saturday night. The room was unclean, dated and barely serviced. Don't stay here!

Dont stay at the one in Chattanooga TN rooms were horrible, service was just terrible. If your staying in Chattanooga find a better hotel. Only positive thing i can say about this hotel was the location.

I am glad we stayed only one night on the way to Florida. The room was very dirty and smelly. The carpet had stains all over. We slept on out own blankets and used our towels to put on those pillows. We will definitely NOT stay here again.

This place was dirty. There were stains on the walls, trash and used needles outside. VISIBLE roach traps with dead roaches in them. No comforter on the bed. Broken drawers on the dresser. Felt completely unsafe. Did not stay the second night. Plan to contact customer service.

When we arrived you first notice the photos online are either years old or photo shopped because the place looks like it needs a major remodel. There was major police activity going on across the street (6 police cars) and we were not comfortable staying with two small children. I went in to discuss with front desk and after waiting over 5 minutes (air was t working in the lobby) and nobody came to the desk we left to find another hotel. It also appeared as people were living out of the hotel based on personal items outside their doors. I immediately called customer service and after I shared what occurred I was placed on hold for over 23 minutes where nobody ever came back to the line. By this time everyone was tired, hungry and ready to get in our new hotel room so I hung up. I also sent an email to them and a post on their website. Funny that I am now blocked from commenting on their Facebook page. I have been loyal to BW and a member for 30+ years and these events have really made me rethink if I want to use any of their locations for future travels. What happened to customer service and honest advertising?!

Our room was full of cockroaches. Would not refund our stay. Had to find a hotel ourselves in a completely booked area. Ended up an hour away from our meet. General manager was very rude. Would not speak to us until I spoke directly to her. Didnt want to give us the time if day. Never apologized. Said if we would of told her that night at 11pm when we seen them all she would of had Orkin in so she could treat the room and rented it that same night.

Stayed here one night. First room had not been cleaned, standing water in sink, very smelly. Changed rooms, still smelly, not very clean, roaches in bathroom. Pool was closed, thank goodness because it was filthy. Nice people at desk, but that was as far as it went. We ate in the City Cafe Diner at the Inn, and the food was good and the wait staff was very nice! So about all this Inn had going for it was the desk staff and the restaurant.

First, there was no tv remote in room. Went to desk, they told us remote was in the box. No remote in empty box. Back to desk. Gave us a remote. T.V. nor microwave worked. Light bulbs in lamps burned out. Staff member picked up something odd off the floor and said, "What's this?" Staff changed our room. Room 2 had a beeping smoke alarm. Moved room 3rd time. Door lock balky. Curtains in room 1 shredded. Overall, very tired appearance to rooms.

This hotel is disgusting. The room had a bad smell, the carpet was filthy, the ventilation system smelled bad especially when the heat was on. the smell was so bad we couldn't run the heat at all. The sheets felt old, scratchy and worn. One of the chairs in the room had two big greasy stains from food or alcohol. There was no facial tissue, the box was empty. The microwave smelled bad when it was running. There was a used coffee pouch in the coffee maker. The shower faucet dripped all the night. The bath towels were not soft. The bed pillows were not comfortable. No complementary breakfast, just a 10% discount at the attached restaurant. We stayed at 5 Best Westerns this April. The other were all clean and nice except this one. This hotel makes me leery of staying at ANY Best Westerns again. A hotel like this really brings down the overall quality of your brand.

The kids and I stayed at BW for the weekend while visiting UTC. We initially only planned on staying one night. The staff was fantastic and check in was a breeze. Our room was upgraded due to an issue with our room lock but that was even better than the first reservation. There is a 24hr City Cafe attached to the hotel and the food there was amazing. Huge portions and the desserts were soooooo good. We enjoyed our stay so much we decided to stay another night. When I return to Chattanooga I will be staying at this BW again.

Average for the area. Needs more updating to the rooms and hotel itself. City cafe being there was a definite plus. Could not get an Uber in the area at midnight on a SATURDAY. Think about how you will get around the area prior to your stay.

Stayed 3 nights Pros: Price,convenient to mall, shopping areas, check in easy if you are on a budget and not a clean freak this place is for you. Cons: Noise from busy road, very small bathrooms, Needs upgraded. Biggest complaint is we had two toddlers with us and one threw up on bed after getting choked. We went to front desk to ask for clean sheets for the bed and was told they did not have any. The front desk clerk said they had no access to linens and we would have to wait until the next day when housekeeping came in. We rented two rooms, one had sticky stuff still in fridge and leftover strawberry stems/leaves in floor. The other room..one of the beds has dog prints on sheet. Yuck! Rooms were dusty and the area behind the nightstands had not been cleaned in awhile. We will look for better accommodations our next trip to Chattanooga.

Rooms where very clean , I was very comfortable. Good front desk , very fast and efficient in their work . I was most happy to see that they where following all the covid 19 guidelines and all people where wearing masks

When I ask the lady at the front desk to move her chin diaper over her face to hand me my packages, she refused and proceeded to hand the package to me without a mask. My died from COVID and family has permanent lung damage who suffered through this, i know what it does to my genetics and she didn't care when I explained. It doesnt stop there, the room are not cleaned to level that Hampton, Holiday, or even a La Quninta would provide in 2020 - 2021. If you like to check into you room to pick hair and crums off your floor and clean you room before unpacking, this is place for you. I would take the time to write this review if i wasn't considered for Life and Safety.

It is an old building but remodeled. Clean rooms. And the beds were comfortable and not like most motels using the cheapest mattresses. It was actually sleep able. One small downside if you're big or tall like me the bathroom is small. Toilet small. But you can get your business done! And if you're hungry the attached restaurant is awesome! Great food and if you're a dessert eater then you'll die at their large assortment of cakes and cheesecakes. Conveniently located about 1-2 minutes from I-75. We will stay here again.

This may be the worst Best Western I've stayed at to date. A lot of shady activity at night in the parking lot, the rooms are old and need upgrading. The staff was nice! You can hear all the traffic on the local roads all night. Will not be staying here again

We were suppose to stay two nights but left after first night. DIRT!! Felt damp/wet like moisture in the room. Even the covers felt damp, the. carpet was really dirty looking. After bathing our son, an hour later his feet were black from walking in the carpet.

Rented 3 rooms for a group of us. Room 1 smelled of smoke when we checked in, strongly of smoke! Did advise front office of this. Room 2 key never worked in door, door lock broken, front desk had to let us in each time, at times with attitude! Room 3 was good.

I didn't have high expectations at this price point, but oy vey. Desk clerk no mask and you have to check-in inside a small vestibule where people, with no mask, have been. She assigned us to a room that she ALREADY KNEW we couldn't open. She ended up at the room to let us in. Sheets had large stains and bathroom walls were gross. We could hear our neighbors having sex b/c of the shared door and you had to walk through clouds of smoke to get to room since people hang outside their rooms smoking. Also, It was hard to avoid the crying woman who was hanging out in the parking lot. This was our second time staying there but never again. *Beds were comfortable & room with 3 beds was large.

Not a white towel or sheet in the whole hotel. I fought spiders and dusty floors. Best western this place is not more like a Days Inn. The restaurant was the best part of this location. Portions of food was great.

Filthy room. Just so unacceptable this is a Best Western! We were exhausted from driving and did not notice just how bad this place was until we got up in the morning and started to get ready. The carpet hasn't been vacuumed in a long time. Bathroom floor corners filthy.  The molding was covered in dust. Not surprising the shampoo and soap dispensers were empty. Light bulbs above vanity were out. Wi-Fi slow and booted out. TV signal kept being lost. Shall I go on? The bathroom vent and shower head were filthy.  The window was filthy. Front door was filthy. A/C unit sounded like the 4 of July. TV remote features didn't work. Even the ironing board cover was hanging off the board LOL!  The photos on their website is nothing like what our room was like and strangely on some websites they have good reviews. Something is very wrong and we got burned.

This hotel needs help. Couple burn holes in coverlets, carpet needs help, no hair dryer, scratchy towels, room needed updating. Beds were soft, but ok, noisy road, no ice, it was just one of the worst places we have stayed.

corporate travel stayed 5 days the best thing i liked was it was exterior with the covid i dont want to be indoors its not 5 star luxury which i am used too but my high expectations were not hurt i can say that great front desk friendly personnel with no pool and gym i understand with increasing covid-19 cases they temporarily closed the pool for safety reasons but enjoyed my stay for great clean rooms good job housekeeping disinfecting smell of Lysol every-time my room got cleaned. For the Low Price and good food at the in house cafe. i will come back again.

in the covid-19 i stayed 5 days with children had a great time this hotel is taking utmost care they are fogging the rooms with disinfectant spray the is great the young manager is always running around making sure rooms are properly cleaned they are constantly working at the pool for customer saftey the housekeeking manger phil is great i will reccomend 100%

I rarely give reviews. But you deserve a round of applause! I have NEVER stayed in a cleaner, fresher, better sanitized room and I have stayed at 5 Star hotels. Kudos to management and housekeeping staff. And thank you from the bottom of my 67-year old heart for taking COVID seriously and protecting your guests in every possible way. I know it is not easy and takes a great deal of extra effort. So know what you are doing is valued and appreciated by an I75 overnight traveler driving KY to FL for family medical emergency and who made a random motel stop at your Best Western. I will plan every future drive on I75 so I can stay again.

My family and I were falsely accused of violating a non-smoking policy at the Best Western Haritage Inn, in Chattanooga Tennessee on March 29th 2020. Resulting in being charged an unauthorized "fee" of $250 on our debit card days after checking out of the hotel. My husband immediately called the hotel to figure out what was going on. He was informed by the front desk manager that the room smelled strongly of marijuana. That the "fee" was for smoke damage. They had to clean the carpets and ventilate the room for days. When we explained that we DID NOT SMOKE ANYTHING IN THE ROOM the hotel manager continued to accuse us. At no time did any guests or staff complaine or confront us during our stay about a smell of smoke or any suspected violation of their non-smoking policy. We had no knowledge of this alleged violation until we returned home and checked my account statement. After many calls, conversation and email with the hotel manager she agreed to refund $150 of the $250 "as a curtsey, just this one time". So...Best Western STOLE $100 and accused us of SOMETHING WE DID NOT DO. Oh and I already took this matter up with customer service and they were of NO HELP. Stateing the response from the hotel was that of an odor of marijuana. That they were not at the hotel so they can only go by what the hotel staff tells them. The CHARGES STAND. Never again will we stay with Best Western!!!!

I wasn't planning to write this because I know someone from Best Western will argue with me, but Best Western has emailed asking me for a review, so here ya go. I used to love this motel. I'm going to try to delete my old positive reviews. My experience there this weekend was NOT good. First, at check in,the clerk chastised me for calling and saying I wanted to check in after I read a sign on the door saying the lobby was closed. I live in a state where handling simple business from parking lots is now the norm. I will say the man backed down quickly, but he wore no mask and because of the physical set-up I had to stand within 6 feet of him. There was a plastic barrier between us, but it had large holes in it at face level.... Our first room was nasty. There were lots of pubic hairs on the toilet and tub, and poo on the toilet seat. I cleaned some but eventually at my daughter's urging asked for a different room, and the man gave it to us easily. The next room was cleaner, and had a working TV, but the carpet was absolutely filthy and stained my socks. The sheets had hairs on them that weren't mine, but I just cleaned best I could. I'd chosen Best Western after reading on their web site about staff staying out of guest rooms for hours before and after guests leave, sanitizing for Covid-19, etc. Again, we were in Tennessee, where apparently the virus isn't real, but I'd foolishly believed that Best Western corporate would ensure these measures were taken. They were not. At check in I asked to stay an extra 30 minutes and the man said it was fine. He said to call the desk in the morning. I did so, and the woman said it was fine. However at 20 minutes past regular check out, four cleaning staff banged on our door and would not stop. We went ahead and left but not quickly enough for them. They handed our packed belongings out to us. No one was wearing a mask or glove or even backing away so we could exit without having to be less than one foot away from them. I pray no one has covid-19, because if one of them did, we all have it now. I suspect again that someone from Best Western will say that they check staff temperatures or something. It doesn't matter. Many people who are completely asymptomatic spread this deadly virus. I used to stay there often, but now my days with Best Western are done.

You only want to stay Here. This is the BEST experience you could have in Chattanooga. This is a four star experience the staff was amazing. Room very inviting, excellent furnishings including ergonomic chair at desk.

Suite with jacuzzi. Outdated decor. Almost no amenities in room for what is asked for price. Room was not well cleaned and capret was filthy. Had to have the smoke alarm fixed on the 1st night of my honeymoon as well as hair in the corner of the bathroom.

This hotel needs major deep cleaning and updating. The heater in our room did not work. Don't believe the TV remote was "sanitized". It was gross. The carpet was filthy. I wiped down everything with Lysol wipes.

Hotel exceptional beyond superficial appearance. Staff incredibly friendly and professional. I was in a bad mood because the Best Western App was not working AGAIN! But check in clerk totally disarmed me. Location is right next to one of the greatest restaurants I have ever eaten at. City Diner. Trucker friendly. The only place I will ever stay in Chattanooga.

My family stayed 3/20. I booked the hotel on Priceline late at night traveling in. The booking was no refundable $85. We have always had great Best Western experiences with wonderful continental breakfasts. This however was not the case! There is no free hot breakfast, the hotel was dark dingy and we couldn't run the AC because when we turned it on it smelled like a dead fish. The shower didn't properly drain and I had to stand in questionably clean bath water while I showered. The was a missing piece off the tub drain cover. The carpets were filthy and worn. The door did not properly lock. It was completely gross. The only positive thing is I don't think we got bed begs from it but the beds were icky. For $85 we should have slept good. We were in Room 124.

Very well cleaned and my bug traps were empty in the morning. Everything in the room was up to date and worked perfect. If parking in front of your door is most important then take a street side unit. If noisy is important take an interior unit. A large restaurant is attached and was quite popular with locals. We did not eat there but it looked fine. We would stay again

I stayed here once before. It was dirty.... the room heater was extremely loud and we sneezed all night from the dust. The dog was happy though. Bring your chlorox wipes. The restaurant had good food but it wasn't continental soooo.... no breakfast.

Clean comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. Excellent dining at the city cafe in the lobby at this location. If you're looking for a good meal and a comfortable room this is it. Noticed a little bit of traffic noise but other than that good place.

Room was not clean, found old baby bottle on the floor with black mold in it. Do not recommend this Hotel. Restaurant food was not that great and was cold on top of that. One ice maker working and the workers had no idea which one as they pointed out the broken one to me. Had to walk back to the office to find the one that was working.

Located at a 4 way intesection with two entrances. Parking near lobby & front is tight & limited, but there is plenty of parking on back side. The person at check in & out was very nice & helpful. Out room was quiet, clean & comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. They do not have breakfast, but have a Cafe attached to the Hotel that is open 24-7. Will use again if back in that area.

We stopped in Chattanooga BW for the night on our trip from Michigan to Florida. Had to call Reward center to use our points. We travel without pets and they put us in a room next to a barking dog. Rooms need to be renovated and no free breakfast offered at this hotel. Very disappointing experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and beds were extremely comfortable. Noise from the outside wich could be expected since the room opens to the outside. The attached cafe is a very friendly atmosphere and very tasteful food.

I love Best Western. They are always accomodating. I rarely have a bad experience with BW. This was my first visit to this location, but it won't be my last. The remodel is nicely done. I am glad I stayed here. The front desk is very accomodating. I've read bad reviews about this location, but they are not true. Come stay for yourself. For the price, the value is excellent.

Staff was very responsive if you have an issue with something and they were very nice and extremely helpful. This is something I haven't seen from a lot of hotels that I have stayed in. The staff especially maintenance, housekeeping, and front desk staff really take pride and due diligence in their work and it shows when they assist you with anything. I really appreciate it and their service.

My family and so stayed at Best Western on our recent trip to Chattanooga. The hotel was nice and clean. The City Cafe restaurant is connected to the hotel and as a guest, you get 10% off your food bill, which is really nice. We had a couple of hiccups during our stay. First, when we checked in, none of the key cards worked. The staff members would come unlock doors with the master key until they could get the system working again. The second hiccup was that they tried to give away our rooms on the second day but we got it straightened out. The staff was very friendly and despite the hiccups we encountered, we would stay here again.

Conveniently located property with an excellent friendly staff. Informative staff, pet friendly, and attached diner. Room condition was a bit aged with frayed carpeting and an active work order. Located next to a semi truck frequented gas station which produces a bit of extra noise at night.

I have stayed at this hotel no less than 100 times over the years for my job. What used to be a great spot is quickly going downhill since the change in management After being moved to a new room due to lack of internet access I thought rating the wifi poorly was justified. Apparently not. After submitting a survey requested by Best Western via email I have been informed that the owner no longer wants my business. Unless you want to stay at a hotel who's answer to justified customer concerns is blacklisting the customer instead of addressing the concerns I would recommend that you look elsewhere.

We would highly recommend this hotel .Especially if you travel with pets. A very enjoyable stay. We enjoyed the City Diner also. Convenient location, very comfortable. Our dog enjoyed the green space out back.

There is ample truck parking next to the hotel at the travel center. Restaurant in the place is good. Hotel is very value-based feeling... There were a number of people in the parking lot very late in the evening partying, but once the police arrived, everything stayed quiet for the night. Not much else to say.

The hotel was comfortable , the staff was very helpful and the attached restaurant was very good and the wait staff was very good about helping the little ones get their food quickly. The only down side was the traffic noise, sirens seem to go by on a regular basis.

The staff was very nice but the stay not so much. We were in a room right next to the restaurant and all night long we heard people coming and going, loud music, road noise, sirens, etc. Needless to say we did not get much rest. Maybe it would be different if roomed further away from the 24 hour restaurant. The room itself is just ok with old furnishings and window coverings. We did have breakfast at the restaurant and it was actually very good.

We are travelers from cincinnati to Florida several times per year. This is great place to spend night before driving thru Atlanta next day. Nice clean place to stay and good restaurant next door. Hotel is clean and beds are great. Easy access off I 75.

This was without a doubt the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. When we arrived at the hotel the first thing my wife said was "Please don't let this be the place we chose". Unfortunately by the time we arrived the reservation could not be cancelled as I would have rather saved my money and slept in my car. Where to begin? The room itself was incredibly filthy with dirt and garbage all over the floor, the shower was filled with previous guests' hair, the sheets were stained, and when it came right down to it we did not even want to take our shoes off let alone any other clothes. Our room was on the second floor and we were not informed of an elevator so we had to drag our luggage up the stairs. The neighborhood itself was pretty scary and we were nervous that our car would be broken into, and the flimsy safety chain on the hotel room did not give us much comfort. Don't be fooled by the photos the hotel has posted on this site. They certainly do not represent the room we stayed in. When checking out I mentioned our displeasure to the desk clerk who, as it turned out, was the manager on duty. The only thing she had to say was "I'm so sorry". I think I'll avoid Best Western from here on out.

Easy on and off the expressway, great location, excellent features, partnered with a most excellent cafe/restaurant. Been there before so I made the effort to return and will do so again on future adventures.

We stayed 2 nights in a 1st floor room. The sound of traffic & people in the parking lot was very loud, waking us several times both nights. Some of the noise may have come from customers of the 24 hour diner attached to the hotel. The room needed a good cleaning & some major updating. I would pay a little more to stay elsewhere next time we're in town.

Carpet from 1950. Brown and orange carpet with rips around the edges. Dog hair all in the carpet. Human hair on floor and in bath. Have a 1 year old and was disgusted by the cleanliness. They did clean it for us but it was a day later and the price was ridiculous for that.

Team truck drivers, laid over for delivery. Went online for a room. Signed up for BW rewards. Very pleasant room and staff. Would definitely stay at this location again. Good nights sleep. Thank you!!

Wife and I stayed here last week on way to Florida. We've ate at City Cafe attached to the hotel several times over the last several years but never stayed at the hotel. Reservations were easy to make and check ok with Jimmy was great. Our room was comfortable and did not smell. Beds were some of the most comfortable we've slept on in years. Bathroom was well stocked and clean. We ate at City Cafe attached and there is a 10% discount with the room key. If you eat there you have to get the chocolate covered strawberry cheesecake. It was the best we've ever ate! So go in fact that we had to buy a whole one on the way home from Florida! The only con was the road noise. We stayed on the side facing the highway and interstate which is understandable there's going to be some noise. But when I turned on the AC it drowned it out. So if you have issues with that you might requests a room facing the inside. We'd definitely stay again.

Very low class establishment. I travel 6 days a week and this will not be one of my stops. Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. Carpet stains, odor in the room. The first room I was put in had a dead bug in the bed. The front desk was not very understanding of my find. The beds are very uncomfortable and has plastic over mattress. Not recommended!

This is a glorified motel. The toilet seat was broken, the dispensers in the shower were empty. Towels are dingy and need replacing. I left with bites all over my legs. I cannot believe I used 12,000 reward points to stay here. Will be looking to another hotel chain for rewards.

Good hotel. I have stayed her twice in 2 years. The prices are reasonable and they are Pet Friendly which I need. The 24 hr diner that is awesome! The staff are friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend.

Very resonable, clean and friendly staff. Pool was nice. There was a very good restraunt on the property, but there was no free breakfast. We had no difficulties with any of the equipment.. The air conditionaing worked well

I stayed in this motel 3 times. Every time staff is extremely helpful. They make u feel very welcome. They upgraded their bathrooms and installed dispensers which is very environmentally friendly. When I checked in today I was told that I should have 2 ,10$ off coupons and if I call the customer service they can resend it to me. I called the customer service and they told me that they never emailed me the vouchers and didn't offer anything. That was just annoying and waste of my time. They are the only hotel that offer 3 beds in a room which meet our needs. The only issue is that as those rooms are at the edge of hotel WiFi is spotty and unreliable. I had the same issue 2 years ago when we stayed there. Blow dryer wasn't working called the front desk and they dropped off another one that actually worked. I like staying here and I highly recommend this hotel to stay in.

This was a very clean establishment with the best customer service and restaurant I have ever encountered. They went above my expectations in providing everything needed. The restaurant had the best selection of food which was cooked to perfection with an excellent staff. The hotel checkout experience was very quick and easy. Wish I lived closer so I could stay more often.

We did this Best Western at the end of a road trip. Truly an interesting location as it is the only Best Western with a 24 hour restaurant attached. This restaurant was amazingly good and I highly recommend, but there is no free breakfast at this location because of this. You do get a discount. The grounds had a lot of dog poop and the landscaping was lacking at the time we were there. It was also loud outside at night. Other than that, it suited our needs for two nights as we acclimated back to being in the south. The individual that worked at this Best Western were amazing and helped us a lot when we needed it.

service and employees were exceptional!! Older Motel, close to other service businesses, gas stations, 24/7 Diner connected to Motel. Diner open all night and was very busy with cars, motorcycles, all types of transportation pulling in and out of parking spaces directly in front of room. Very little parking, but close to 75, which is good. Did not sleep well with motors running, remote alarms going off right outside your door.

Nice clean hotel with restaurant attached. The personnel was very accommodating and changed our room due to no elevator because my husband uses a scooter. We arrived early enough for the grandchildren to swim in the pool, which was very clean. Plenty of parking and next door to a gas station. The hotel was very convenient to I-75 which was a plus. The only down side was no elevator and so many 18 wheeler's staying their overnight.

My 2 night stay was very pleasing. Cleanliness, service, comfortability, everything was great. We will definitely be back for a stay at this location. The overall experience was very satisfactory! Thank you.

Our 18U softball team travels a lot for tournaments. I booked 20 rooms at this hotel and the staff has been nothing but accomodating since the time of booking. We were provided with a banquet room to store our coolers, gather for lunches/meetings/etc., and everything was perfect. We had an unexpected storm and during a rain delay went back to the hotel to change and when we arrived, the hotel helped us get a hose so that we could spray off our muddy equipment. There was a party in another banquet room one night and I was worried that the loudness of the guests in that party would ruin our night; however, the hotel staff was all over it and took care of the crowd and noise very quickly. The pool area is nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Happy they let me have my large dog with me. 24hour diner next door! Nice pool. Nice people. Overall Wonderful! We were on our way to FL and Chatanooga was halfway,what a gem. We have a large Pitbull and she was welcomed.

We stayed for one night from the hours of 3am to 9am, when we checked in they took a $100 dollar "incidental" deposit, we've been out of the hotel over 24 HOURS and they still havent GIVEN ME MY MONEY BACK! I will NEVER, NEVER stay at this or ANY best western again. ABSOLUTE BS! Had to make the 6 hour trip back home with my nephews with NO MONEY so we couldnt FEED THEM! THIS HOTEL SUCKS!

Had no maid service was told the maid was supposed to clean my room and called in sick. The other Maids did not offer to clean the room. When I went to the front desk to tell the gentleman. The owner was standing there and told me that I could get towels for my room from the other Maids. Did not offer to do anything for me at all. I have cockroach Crawl on me in the middle of the night they didn't care. Worst stay I've ever had I would not stay at this Best Western .

This motel provided an all around very good experience. The workers were very helpful. The attached restaurant had very good food, but the hotel doesn't have breakfast provided. I'm just starting to use Best Western, but I'm enjoying the experience.

.I arrived this Wed morning at 5;00 am and was given a receipt that my check out would be Friday morning. The room reaked of smoke , very loud road noise but was clean enough so I tried to get some sleep. The road noise was so bad, I went to the front desk to ask for a room on the back of the motel. at 12. 50 pm. At this point I had been there less than 8 hours.The manager Traci greeted me with a rude gesture of I am glad you are here I need another 100 bucks and by the way you check out tomorrow, not Friday as My receipt said. She then began to complain loudly how her employee messed up and she would disipline her. She said I checked in 1.5 hours to early to get 2 nights. Ok but that is not what my receipt says or what I signed my name to. . At this point I was very uncomfortable with the aggressive loud behavior of the manager and wanted to leave. I said just check me out and refund my second night. She said you will still pay for 2 nights. Really ? I have been here 8 hours and you are going to charge me for 2 nights .(It seems to be a pay by the hour type of hotel}. She began to rudely talk down to me . I told her she was rude and she told me she would call the police on me . What ? I am a 60 year old small grandma with osteoporsis. She is a large , younger aggressive female. I never cussed her or called her names. I left shaking back to my room as she demanded another 100 from me . AWFUL

My wife made reservations here based on good reviews. What a mistake. While taking a shower, the tub backed up and I pulled up on the stopper and a great big hairball popped out. I had to finish rinsing off on my tip toes. Went to the office and they gave us a different room. The shower drained here but the bathroom was filthy and there was a bobby pin in the middle of the floor on the carpet. You think somebody would have noticed this when (if?) they vacuumed the place. The topper was that they had the TV remote in a special holder telling about how it was a special hygienic remote. But it was just a plain old remote. The first room had the special remote. One pillow had stains on the pillow case too.Have a look at the photos - it was all rather disgusting. If it wasn't so late, we would have left then and found a different hotel. We booked for three nights bet left as soon as we could in the morning. They did give a discount for "cleanliness" but I still feel that this place wasn't worth paying anything. If you choose to stay here, I really hope your experience is better than ours.

It all started with Lisa at check-in. She was friendly, fun and knowledgeable. Lisa made the check-in fun. She went out of her way to get us a taxi to the restaurant we wanted and kept up until she found one for us. She is a treasure. The hotel its self is very nice but without a free breakfast. But they do have a weapons free restaurant on the premises. All in all a great place to stay.

Check in was great. Efficient and fast, had water and snacks for us as we waited to check in. Nice pool area, room was clean and comfortable. Had ice and refreshments available close by. Plenty of parking

First of all, the reason for my stay was due to my mother passing, the whole staff went above and beyond, they were very helpful and seeing how the trip was not planned they helped me and actually facilitated tings that I was kind of lost on due to the circumstances.

I've stayed here once a week for the past several months & usually all is fine. Just be forewarned that apparently at some unknown interval the restaurant on property (that is allegedly open 24 hours) occasionally pressure washes some of their equipment at 2 AM!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!! I called the front desk to complain only to be told that there was nothing they could do about it!! SERIOUSLY????!!!!!!! Looking forward to finding somewhere else to stay going forward. Totally unacceptable!!

Over all the stay was great, friendly staff and very clean, I meet on young man name Scott that has down syndrome that was cleaning up outside that was very nice by say good morning and how was your day, that just may my day.

Nice room and employees - great 24 hr restaurant attached with a large menu & unbelievable bakery. Easy on/off expressway - close to gas & other businesses! Tge food portions were large as were the bakery items.

I come to Chattanooga 2 or 3 times a year, and I've made Best Western Heritage Inn my regular place to stay while I'm there. The room is always very clean, and I always feel welcome. Everyone is friendly and professional. The sheets are nice, the beds are comfortable, the room smells good and the whole place feels safe. I highly recommend this motel. The attached City Cafe is a wonderful bonus. Be sure to take your room key to show them for a discount on the delicious food there. Portions are huge, so the in-room refrigerators come in quite handy.

We stayed one night while traveling. The staff is so kind and friendly. Having the diner right there is a great perk. Large portions, good service and reasonably priced!! The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The room was clean and nicely furnished. Enjoyed the outside door entrances but a bit noisy on the busy street side. This Best Western did not include breakfast, but restaurant on property was open 24 hours - did use it for carryout - since it was packed and very busy.

Have stayed at the Heritage Inn on many occasions over the past few years. Always consistent service from front desk personnel and rooms are kept in good condition. Your appetite will always be satisfied at the City Cafe Diner located conveniently inside the hotel.

All I can say is this location is worth maybe $60 a night. I really can not say anything good about this property, other than staff was friendly. Oh they want 200 more characters for this review? How about spend your money elsewhere!

I needed a last minute, inexpensive place to stay and this was the place I chose. It fit my needs. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It was a quality room with comfortable bed and nice, modern linen on beds. I would definitely stay here again.

We needed a convenient place to spend the night while travelling I-75. The location is great, easy access and visibility. Check-in was fast and easy with the friendly desk clerk. The room was very adequate and clean. Beds were comfortable. The only disappointment was that there is no breakfast room and no coffee in the lobby. The attached restaurant has good recommendations but we didn't try it. Overall pleasant stay and would stop again on another trip.

I checked into this hotel while driving from Virginia to Texas. The first room I was given, the lock did not open. I was given new keys and went back and forth with my luggage twice. I was given a second room after none of the keys worked. This new room also had an issue where the door would not latch. The front desk agent came up and showed me how I could flip the latch to get the door to lock. The room did not smell clean when I went in. There was hair and crumbs all over the bathroom floor. When I turned the light on, the fan also came on and made an extremely loud noise. The towels smelled filthy and had stains all over them. The stairwells and hallways of the hotel smelled heavily of smoke. Despite all these issues, I did not complain to staff and stayed in the hotel anyways because I had to get some rest. Upon checking out I noticed $300 charged to my card. I was confused and called the hotel to inquire about why. I spoke to Tracy, the general manager, who insisted she had a photo of ashes on the bed and an empty pack of cigarettes. I smoked outside, so it is possible that I left an empty pack in the room but the ashes on the bed make no sense. I don't believe that there were any ashes on my bed. I asked her to email me the evidence and I still have not received it from her. She was very rude and kept insisting that it would not be refunded. She refused to listen to anything I said. I have worked in high end hotels for years and have never charged a smoking fee without substantial evidence. I did not smoke in that room and this place has completely scammed me out of $300. I will never stay in another best western after this nightmare and will be disputing the charges with my credit card company.

Nice Hotel off the I-75, friendly staff and very good restaurant on the premises. The restaurant is called the City Cafe Diner with a varied menu. The portions are large enough to share. choose from Greek, Italian, Mexican, I had the shrimp chimichanga and could not finish it all!!

We were meeting up with family in Chattanooga and found this spot online. Can't say enough about the quality and value offered here. Staff went out of the way to meet our needs for specific rooms and the restaurant housed in the hotel was amazing. They have a wide selection of Greek, Italian and American food and they also have a cake bakery. The cakes are absolutely beautiful. The serving sizes of meals and desserts are generous.

My husband likes to stay in budget hotels and I have not been comfortable in a few, so I was hesitant. However I was very comfortable in this modest hotel. Staff was welcoming, bed was comfortable, room was clean and updated and I liked the diner. I would stay again

A bit dated but clean and easy on the budget. Quite a good, reasonably priced restaurant in the building. The big treat are the very good cakes that are huge. Excellent pies also. Not a far drive from downtown, but plenty of shops nearby.

We stopped here on the way up I-75. The price and value were excellent. They do not serve breakfast, but there was a City Cafe connected to the motel, offering a 10% discount for those staying at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There is some road noise on the north side.

Little noisy from the road in front of the hotel. Just a one night stay was tolerable. I am not sure if we would stay any longer. But overall, neat, clean, updated place. I would recommend for people to stay one night.

I would rate our overall experience as a 9.5. The carpet in room was old but everything else good. The adjoining restaurant was excellent. I rated sleep quality lower only because I do not like the new shorter, square pillows that BW has changed to. Bed was very comfortable.

I'll always stay at a Best Western Hotel. The rooms were very clean and nice. Property was clean outside. Even the people whom stayed next to use came out the next morning and was very friendly. This stay was our first time being in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

This was just a one night stay and the hotel proved to tick virtually all the boxes with the exception of a tv that didn't work and a toaster in the morning that should be condemned to the bin and replaced with a new one immediately! Lovely clean room and bathroom with lots of nice fresh towels and loads of hot water.. Staff very friendly and location great for our trip down to Atlanta. MInor complaints but they did stop me giving this hotel 5 stars. That said, please don't hesitate to use this Best Western because I would definitely stay here again.

Horrible experience! Upon arrival was told my reservation was cancelled, which was inaccurate. Did not receive the King sized room we booked, instead was put in a double. Was charged THREE times for the one room. Told we'd have to wait 3-15 days for a refund. When trying to explain to the receptionist Tracy, she laughed and apologized. I don't think being charged 3 times for one stay is funny . Also the tub and bathroom sink barely drained. Would NOT recommend and DEFINITELY will not return. Will never stay at another Best Western.

This is an older hotel but was very clean with excellent service. We had a long day driving and appreciated the access to the room. The attached restaurant was excellent. It was reasonably priced and we could not have asked for better service.

The best western in Chattanooga was very accommodating. We had everything we needed and the employees were super nice..I was very shocked to check in to find that we had 3 beds in our room. We will definitely be visiting again

If you want to get sleep I wouldn't recommend staying here. We were on the road all day and decided to stop to get some rest before driving the rest of the way. Nobody could get any sleep. Between the paper thin walls and hearing our neighbors who were up all night in and out slamming their door and laughing loudly, somebody continuously beeping their car lock button all night, people out in the parking lot revving their engines like it was a car show, police in the parking lot searching somebody, probably due to the strong smell of weed throughout the walkway area, and ambulance, fire trucks, and police sirens racing by ALL night. All the noise and on top of that the bathroom floor being filthy made for a really unpleasant stay. This was clearly a party hotel. Waste of money.

This motel was selected as it was area we wanted to be in on our trip to Chattanooga. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And I mean helpful and friendly. Room was little out dated and not enough seating but staff quickly solved the problem although the chair they brought was uncomfortable the solved the problem. Restaurant that was attached was good. With quick service. Over all I would stay here again

The overall appearance of this hotel is dingy and unkempt. The lobby, in the pictures on the website, appears to be moderate in size and nice enough to meet a potential business representative. WRONG!If remodeled, it was poorly done. The attached City Cafe will give you large portions of and charge you a large price. Howver the quality is very lacking. Hope you don't mind sleeping on crackling plastic.

We were not a huge fan of this place. The check-in lady was very nice, but the room was not ideal. Stains on the bedsheets, the shower wouldn't drain, the walls are VERY thin. There is a truck stop directly beside the hotel, so the noise is pretty loud. I'm not usually one to complain, but we were just not too happy here, we actually went to a different hotel the next night.

Carpets need to be replaced in rooms. Towels were threadbare. Bathroom door needed to be painted. There is soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the shower. Barely got anything out of them. There is a restaurant adjacent to the hotel that is open 24 hours. Food was good. 10% discount if you show your room key. Room is overpriced for what you get.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very attentive. The City Café was a definite plus. Only got a 4 because of noise from the highway and the parking. I was able to park by my room but I consider myself lucky. I would stay there again.

This is my favorite hotel to stay over anytime between home and Atlanta or home and Florida I stop here most times on my way to the East Coast are back as a rest place clean,friendly, and good eating. Grade A

On two busy highways. Café attached to hotel has just about any food you would want with huge portions, especially dinner. Room was a little dated, especially the bathroom. Suggest asking for room away from roadway. Large place where you can park in front of your room if you like that sort of thing. Convenient to I-75 just 7 miles north of I-24 split.

This hotel is an average property. It is clean, conveniently located next to the highway. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Stayed in a room with 3 double beds which would be great for a family with multiple children. Air conditioner struggle to keep room cool but it was not bad enough to complain. Overall, a decent property at a decent price.

Me and my wife stayed for our honeymoon. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff is very courteous and was helpful with all our requests. We will definitely come back for another visit. Also give the City Cafe a try that is located in the hotel.

We had a room on the second floor facing the road. It was clean but we barely slept due to all the road noise. Even over the AC unit we could hear every single car and motorcycle going by thanks to the massive single pane window facing the street. If you stay here see if they have any rooms available not facing the road.

Motel needs updated. Carpets were stained. You could see light around the door. Seemed very busy when we were there. Bathroom floors were not very clean. There were dead wasps in the corners. Restaurant was awesome.

Our first ugly surprise was no elevator. One of our party was handicapped and it was a struggle to get to our room on the second floor. The carpet in the stairwell was nasty beyond belief. But the negatives stop there. Our rooms were clean and colorful. Now for the positives: the attached restaurant was clean and friendly and the breakfast was really nice. The beds were comfortable, the rooms clean, and decor colorful. I left something in the room and when I tried to call about it I was put on hold immediately three times, cut off twice and just not answered twice. This was 6-9 PM so there is no excuse. 7 calls and no contact is ridiculous. It isn't paradise, but if I had to, I would stay here again.

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was quiet and the staff were great. The breakfast was wonderful also and staff at breakfast were great. Very caring and considerate. I would recommend this place to anyone and I would go back again.

We were looking for a pet friendly hotel while traveling from FL to MN. Typically Best Western's are very nice. Maybe because we got a pet friendly room, it was dated and it was a challenge closing the door on the bathroom portion that had a tub and toilet because it was so small. Very noisy with traffic on two sides and a gas station in the back. It was nice to pull up to your door and bring stuff in, and the restaurant had good food and reception was excellent. But not enough reasons to stay here again going through Chattanooga.

The hotel is clean, freshly remodeled, quiet, and comfortable. The City Diner attached to it is worth the stop. This is our third stop in Chattanooga over the last couple years, and we look forward to staying here, and dining at City Diner. We have now stayed in multiple areas of the hotel, makes no difference, all of the rooms have been clean and comfortable. The lobby is real nice, the staff is friendly and helpful. The price is a value in the area, and you get a discount at the diner by showing your room key. We are always just passing through when we stop, but we look forward to the stop each time.

Best Western has succeeded in updating their brand for the 21st century. Their check in and check out process is smooth and streamlined. It takes no time. It's wonderful. The room decor is updated and modern. Love the rewards program. Will only stay at Best Westerns the next time I have the opportunity to travel.

Jimmy greeted us with a smile and right away made us feel welcomed, but not pressured. The lobby was clean and tidy. We had supper at the City Cafe Diner. Great portions, friendly service, great quality, very tasty, fair prices, and AMAZING DESSERTS! This is not a greasy spoon diner. A huge menu and we were not disappointed. The drain in the tub didn't drain well and the bathroom walls could use some TLC, but we would definitely stay here again if in the area. I wish the hotel was closer to the 24/75 interchange, but it wasn't too far east. Very comfortable beds, clean and soft towels, and a cold fridge. Would have liked a luggage rack/stand in the room.

I was there last August during the first weekend and there was some loud and obnoxious group there to attend a wrestling event. The group was rude, loud, and many were obviously under the influence of something. Would not stay here again knowing the hotel welcomes this clientele.

We've been to Chattanooga a few years ago and remembered this Best Western because it is close to the Interstate and has a wonderful restaurant called City Cafe there. Once again we were not disappointed. The room was clean and the bed and pillows comfortable for a good nights sleep. The bathroom is a little small but who needs a huge bathroom anyhow? The staff was friendly and accommodating. This is our go to hotel when in the area and have told our friends and family about it. The City Cafe has great food and a great value. The desserts are huge and close to 35 pies and cakes to choose from. Fair warning, if you want breakfast on Sunday walk down early because a lot of local people eat there also.

We have stayed here before and once again, we had a great stay. Desk staff is very friendly and made check in and out very easy. They made sure we had the quiet, ground floor room we'd requested. The microwave and fridge are very useful and although the hotel does not provide breakfast the attached restaurant is very good and reasonable.

Not impressed with anything about my stay. Average room, in my opinion was not worth the cost. Stayed there in the past and it has gone downhill. Ate breakfast at the cafe and it was terrible. The food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting around for a while. Will not stay there again.

The restaurant built into the hotel was a pleasant change from the continental breakfast. I booked at hotel website..best price. Asked for first floor room. Arrived around 10pm. The friendly Clerk had my keys ready! Check in took under a minute. Room was updated, clean and well appointed. Bathroom clean too. I found the bed uncomfortable, but that's probably just me. Heater works great! NO free breakfast here and potty places for the dog are few. I would stay here agin.

We stayed at the Best Western Heritage while making a return trip from Florida. We did not use any amenities other than the room and the 24-hr diner for breakfast. The rooms were old, but the bathrooms and beds had been updated. We slept comfortably, and the cost was reasonable. I felt that ads and other Trip Advisor comments were misleading, however, in that a free breakfast, now common at many Best Westerns was not offered. Instead, we were given a 10% discount at the diner attached to the hotel.

They did not honor my discount . I was told a different price they over charge me. I begged her because it was not the deal she said I don't care go somewhere else. I told her to work with me she said go

We stopped at the hotel on our way to Florida. Nice place. We got a room with 3 double beds! Very unusual for hotel rooms. The room was nice and clean. No breakfast is included. 10% discount at the attached restaurant. Room beside us had the tv loud. We reported it to the front desk, but nothing was done.

I stayed at this casual hotel during the Hurricane Irma evacuation. They were very friendly and it was convenient location to the expressway. There is a swimming pool and a hotel restaurant. Very friendly staff.

We chose this motel for an overnight to Chattanooga because of a recommendation to go to The City Diner Cafe, the restaurant inside the motel. It was delicious as we were told, and the staff was great. The motel itself was also nice. We had a nice room which was quite roomy and comfortable. We would stay there again.

My wife and I went on a week long trip on a spur of the moment decision last week and stayed at friends houses most of the time except for 3 nights. We stayed at Best Western all of the 3 nights. Best Western has the best value for the money spent. Sure I could complain about little things like most people do but all in all it was a great experience and I won't stay anywhere else if there is a Best Western close to where I am going.

We were traveling with our dog and were put in a very convenient room on the ground floor next to a large expanse of grass. The room was spacious, clean, and beds very comfortable. Especially nice bed linen. The location, 6 miles east of city center, was a bit far from our main interests, the riverfront and Lookout Mountain but we found a couple restaurants nearby we were glad to visit. Having the City Grill next to the lobby was an extra bonus.

The Best Western front desk staff was very friendly and helpful (correcting a reservation problem from the BW phone system and alleviating traveler stress!). It is conveniently located to highways and pet-friendly (motel-style with outside room access), too. The rooms are a little worn, carpets soiled and smelly, (which is why I gave it 3 stars). BUT, the best part is the 24-hr attached diner-style restaurant!!! The dessert choices are phenomenal (see pics). Extensive menu, fresh food, clean kitchen (I peeked), fair prices. Spanikopita/spinach pie and salad were delicious; caramel and sampler cakes make the whole stay worth it - a destination/tradition in itself!

The hotel staff is courteous, friendly, explained everything about the hotel. The rooms were very clean and tidy and updated and the first floor rooms jetted tubs were relaxing. The hot breakfast was tasty with a variety to choose from. I was overall taken back by the whole experience, I definitely will be returning to this location. "RAY" the assistant manager goes out of his way to make sure your comfortable!

Room was very clean and the king bed was very comfortable. Had a late dinner at the restaurant, was good, got a lot, fast service. Front desk was friendly and very helpful. Location was great. Was right off the highway and a gas station right across the street, which made our morning easy as well.

Nov. 24, 2017 was our first stay at Best Western Heritage Inn in Chattanooga, but it will not be our last, The price was unbeatable. The service was excellent. The parking was perfect, and the room was marvellous! I love the City Cafe, where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with large portions at a very reasonable price. One of the best hotel experiences we have had in our many travels. We were simply overwhelmed.

Comfortable room, good Internet, clean and upkept. Only problem I had was the toilet flushing chain broke mid-way through my stay and, despite telling the front desk, was never addressed before I left.

Expensive for service provided. No toiletries unless requested. The reason we chose this hotel was because it was pet friendly. The fee was disclosed, but I feel misconstrued as to being included in my quoted rate.

My husband and I decided to travel to nearby Chattanooga back in April and booked a two night stay here based on seeing in Trip Advisor that it was a best value. I should have looked closer to realize that it wasn't in downtown Chattanooga. That was my first mistake. Instead it was about a 20-25 minute drive beyond Chattanooga to get there. My heart sunk upon driving up to the hotel because I knew that this wasn't the place I'd envisioned for us to stay. It was pretty close off the interstate in not so great a place to stay, in my opinion, and would have been loud as it was a drive up to the door style hotel. They were going through a remodel - desperately needed I might add! We had booked a king room, but when we looked at the room, it was tiny! Yes, it had a king bed but that was all that could be said for it. My husband ended up talking to the manager, and to their credit, they did let us out of the reservation without charging us anything. They told us that if they couldn't rent the room they'd charge us a one night stay, but apparently they did rent it because we weren't charged. Thankfully! They didn't have a restaurant but used one that was on the property, which nothing wrong with that, but it didn't look like any place I'd want to eat. Maybe the food was ok but the menu was so vast, it was overwhelming to read! Anyway, we ended up going back towards town that night, and even though we still weren't in downtown, it was a much nicer place to stay.

This hotel had roaches in my room! One ran out from INSIDE the bed, under the covers!!! I checked in, then immediately checked out once I saw this. I was told that I needed to talk to a manager in the morning in order to get credited for the room. I called in the morning and was told that the managers do not work on weekends. I talked to Lisa and she assured that I would get my refund on my credit card and apologized for the room. I did receive a credit, but it took a week to post on my card.

We had a great time.The staff was friendly and helpful. The room clean and the bed was comfortable. We loved the restaurant attached to the hotel. It offered a wide variety of food choices. The cafe gave us the opportunity to host guests and provided plenty of food choices to please the couple that we were entertaining as well.

We were traveling home from 2 weeks in Florida. The entire experience there (hotel & City Cafe Diner) made the 12 hour drive that day so much better. We will definitely stay there again, in a heartbeat!

Our stay in Chattanooga Tn.the stay was great the room was clean the food was great. We stay there every time we come to Chattanooga. Never ha a bad experience just mousey one time cause our room was on the interstate side. Tracy and all the other employees are great to us..There is no more I can say it was a great time.

Great restaurant - open 24 hours a day. attached to hotel, food is plentiful and well priced. Be sure to have a piece (slab) of cake for dessert. Rooms were clean, pool was secluded, location of hotel is right at a traffic light, leading to some traffic noise even if your room is in the back.

This is a good value. The room was clean, comfortable and fairly spacious. The staff were professional, courteous and helpful. However, no breakfast on site. There is a 24 hour restaurant on the property. The food is overpriced. Ex: cup of coffee $2.15. Thankfully, a few miles down the interstate there is a Waffle House. Over all a good place to stay just done expect breakfast. The restaurant may offer a discount to BW guests, but if they do I could not find mention of it on the menu.

I never do reviews on social media, however my experience at this hotel compels me to do so after filling out their satisfaction survey (they asked for this). This hotel was by far the worst hotel I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. The room was downright terrible. The carpet was icky, smelled like they were farming mold, and the lovely tub had an exquisite film of funk lining it. We checked out that night. Tracy the manager of the location was a professional at customer dissatisfaction. Unyielding in her pursuit to make excuses to keep my money, it will be the last Best Western ever gets from me. Book with this hotel at your own risk.

Motel style layout. We had a suite room which was very roomy and comfortable. The unheated outdoor pool catches the sun & was very welcome even near the end of September. Although has restaurant onsite no breakfast is hidden cost making the room rate a bit in the high side.

We stayed going to and from Ohio. The rooms were spotless and the staff was excellent. They were understanding of our service dog. The price was the best in the area. The attached restaurant is excellent and there is a 10% discount.

The hotel offered no complimentary hot break or any breakfast though the charged the same price as other nearby hotels that do provide complimentary hot breakfast. I was not informed until check in which really upset me. All they offer was a discount at a restaurant, former Denny's, that clerks claim is owned by the company.

Great hotel stay. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Full service restaurant with extensive menu instead of a quick breakfast but a discount was offered to hotel guests. Friendly and efficient check in and check out. I definitely would stop there again if I was in the area.

Passing through but wanted to be close to Civil War battlefields. Hotel was a great value, clean with comfortable beds along with a sitting area. Close to Lookout Mt and area restaurants . Breakfast was typical for this level of hotel. No complaints

We stayed here two nights with our two small children. We had a good room at the far end with a seperate bedroom. We loved the outdoor pool for our late afternoon swim. The diner was great for breakfast, and dinner was easily found a mile down the road.

I was staying in Chattanooga to visit my brother in the hospital who had evacuated from his home in Florida. I was very unfamiliar with the area. Jimmy and Lisa were very helpful in comforting me and in helping me find my way around the area. I couldn't have asked for more hospitality! The room and grounds were very clean and comfortable.Everyone treated me with the utmost respect. Thank you Best Western and the Chattanooga staff for a very pleasant stay.

if you looking for reasonable price a great stay while passing through or vacationing for a few days this is it. I look forward to resting here any time I'm passing through going or coming this place is always clean Pleasant complaint free each and every time I've ever been there. Grade A+

Stayed here for a couple of days in September. Location is OK - about 20 minutes from downtown. Room is about what we expected but the bathroom was tiny and had just a toilet and a shower - the hand basin was outside in the bedroom. Not hugely hygienic! Beds are comfy, a/c works well as does the free WiFi. Car park is free and fills with trucks and vans mid evening so I guess the place is used buy working drivers. The pool is, in effect, in the car park so is not very private. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The adjoining cafe/diner is pretty good with reasonable prices. Good shopping mall within 5 minutes.

Best Hotel we have ever stayed at, thus far. Cleaniness, rest,services, and value was amazing. We're definitely will use Best Western Heritage Inn in Chattanooga Tennessee whenever we're in that area.

In the evacuation of Hurricane Irma this was in my escape route. The room was no problem. The location of the hotel was in a congested area and very difficult to enter property and parking was cramped. It was filled with evacuees, such as myself. Hotel was styled like a horrible Days Inn I stayed at one time. There was a 24 hr cafe at this property which was great.

After driving 17 hours from Delray Beach,Fl. we luckily found The Heritage Inn Best Western at 2:a.m. The room was very nice with double beds, a microwave and refrig. We were told we could only stay 2 nights. We then went to Nashville and returned two days later for another 2 day stay. As a world traveler, I must say this hotel has the nicest staff I ever came across. Tracey at the front desk is a Diamond in the Rough. She is so wonderful,helpful, and friendly that I bought her flowers at the end of my stay. What a lucky person the owner is to have such a great employee.. The Greek restaurant alongside the hotel is another plus. Great food and open 24 hours. All in all under the circumstances it made a hurricane stay much moe pleasant. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Trucks constantly passing the place blowing horns, the room wasn't nearly as nice as a Hampton or equivalent hotel I have ever slept in. The bathroom was so small it didn't have a sink and mirror inside, and the bathroom door would not close/lock due to faulty knob.

this motel needs a total renovation the rooms are dated by old furnature and worn out beds, carpet is way too old only thing new in room was the TV. what else the motel is right on the road and the noise on the road side is too much to sleep not a good experience for a traveler who just wants a place to rest.

Overall the hotel was comfortable and pleasant. Rooms could be updated and the food at the restaurant could be better. The availability of the hotel staff as well as the restaurant hours were great. I would probably stay at this hotel again if I'm in the area.

Great value, but our room was close to the 24 hour diner that is part of this hotel. So after midnight we heard more and more people shouting, slamming car doors, etc. This motel needs more attention to soundproofing, with double glazed windows, etc.

After travelling all day we decide to spend the night here. This is an old place with a restaurant attached. The Café Diner was very good and reasonable. The rooms were clean and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Nice area but hotel is close to the highway. We would probably stay again.

I make a point of stopping at this location overtime that I am passing through Chattanooga, Tenn.. Always clean, comfortable and a great restaurant. This BW is in a easy to get to and from location and near many tourist sites!

The front desk personal were very helpful and courteous. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was very good. It is a nice place for a stop over and conveniently off the interstate.

I travel through Chattanooga frequently, and have found this hotel to be the best all-around for me. It's convenient to interstate, clean well-appointed rooms, great staff, and having the City Café next door is a major plus (especially if you are a cake lover!).

Clean and fairly comfortable. Slightly noisey. Friendly staff but pushy manager who does not put customers first. Its a little pricey. There appears to be a lot of hair and items floating around on the pool surface. I did not get in.

Leisure stay. Met a very upbeat and courteous check in staff. All three of our days there were smoothly run days, rooms cleaned while we were gone, done well. Comfortable beds. Good coffee in room. No breakfast included, but nice diner with huge portions next door. Priced right, fairly. We would stay there again. We looked for a clean, quiet, fairly priced room to return to after our day's activities. We got that.

This hotel, directly on I-75, was a great option for our travels between Ohio and Florida. Although continental breakfast was not offered, the price for a clean, updated room was excellent. We did not choose to dine at the on-site restaurant. The pool area was very clean, though it would have been nice to have the towels by the pool itself and not in the lobby.

This facility was very easy to access from the interstate and to return to the interstate upon leaving. There is a 24 hour restaurant on site that serves excellent food. I did not venture to the surrounding area to comment on shopping and other facilities nearby. This was a good comfortable stay and a great value.

We stopped here for our reservation in the Jacuzzi room after a long days drive heading home. It was our anniversary and we were both looking forward to a relaxing time in the tub. As usual it was clean, had plenty of hot water, and the jets gave the relaxing massage that we needed. This room is well worth what they charge for it. It is a spacious room on the end right at the top of the handicapped ramp. Unloading the car was easy. The room was inviting, clean, had plenty of towels, etc., and had a nice flat screened TV if we wanted to watch. The bed is very comfortable. This was not our first time here and we really enjoy this room, and will probably be back-- as much for the wonderful staff that checked us in and out as the room. To make it even better, the prices are very reasonable. It pays to be a Rewards Member here. It is a two star hotel that treated us as if it were a five star hotel. To make it even nicer, even though it was an end room on the back side of a busy highway, we never heard any road noise. And we actually like having the doors open to the outside.

Older hotel but well keep. Front desk lady was great. If I were still in business I would want her working for me. Would not have a problem staying here again. Beds where a little to soft for my taste. but nice and clean.

We were given a room on the street side and the traffic noise was horrible. Loud traffic all night. The room was on the older side, the tv stand was all chipped on the bottom. No elevator, inside stairs were nasty and smelled like smoke. Walkways were nasty, filled with trash.

We stayed here because it was much more reasonable that our other usual chain choice. I was delighted with the quality of the room and its amenities. Although there was lots of coffee in the room, no tea was available either there or at the desk. Our room was also a bit noisy, and when I mentioned this at checkout the clerk suggested that I request a quiet room next time. Personnel were great and vey helpful. The attached restaurant provided a satisfactory alternative the usual hotel breakfasts. We would definitely choose this hotel next time we visit Chattanooga.

Hotel was within driving distance about 15 minutes from attractions. Restaurants and shopping 5 minutes away. Restaurant on site was good. Would stay again if in the area. Staff was friendly. On our second day we declined house keeping that day and had issues getting them back for remainder of stay.

I believe the man at the front desks name was Jim, I could be wrong though. Very very friendly and helpful with his advice! The room was clean and comfortable. The air cond worked like a dream. I would happily come back and yes, I should go to the diner attached to the hotel! Great service and good food!

It was very late and upon first arriving, the room looked nice at first glance. It was almost 2 am so my kids were already sleeping and we carried them to bed. I pulled back my sheets to find hair, crumbs, dried boogers, and what looked like dead worms all over the sheet! It was obvious that the beds were not stripped and sheets were not cleaned. I was so exhausted that I went to the attendant and got a blanket so I could sleep on top of the bed. I requested a refund and he was very polite and told me that his manager would take care of me in the morning. I could have gotten a much better hotel for the $100 price I paid. The manager did reimburse me fully.

This hotel stay was a very pleasant experience. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and cracked jokes with our two sons. We were very impressed with the room quality, considering we got the room (2 adults, 2 children) for 82$ w/ tax. The beds were very nice quality, along with the bathroom. The only issue was the traffic outside made it a little hard to sleep. The room was actually larger than expected, with a pretty good mini-fridge, and a large microwave which was surprising. Watching the TV wasn't an issue, the smaller 32-inch TV size was not a problem. Wifi access was pretty good. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The gentleman at the front desk jokes with me and my son. He made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in the door. We were very impressed with our stay! Our rooms and bathroom were both clean. My son swam in the pool and it was very clean!

The place was robbed a couple of weeks before our stay. Vagabonds sleeping on the hood of their cars and begging for money in the parking lot. All of which were allowed to remain on the property after being reported. Mold in the room and the mattress's were not fit to sleep on. Staff observed entering into guest room to use the restroom. Rude Staff.

The hotel staff do not believe in changing out bed sheets daily and taking out trash. As well as the downstairs restaurant, it's way to expensive for the average family but the portion size is well worth the money.

Very quiet and a very good and convenient restaurant in the same building. Beautiful neighboring communities (scenery). Cant imagine what this area would look like in the fall. I would not hesitate to stay here the next time I'm traveling through the area.

on the out skirt of town we thought a little closer to the major vacation tourist spots. No elevator for heavy suitcases. Bathrooms noise could be updated. Did not eat at restaurant but heard it was good.

This is an outside room hotel, close to the highway. IT IS VERY NOISY AND HARD TO GET SLEEP. YOU HEAR EVERYTHING OUTSIDE.....EVERYTHING! (Especially by the pool). The rooms are clean when you arrive, but the maids did not clean our room the very next day. They simply pulled the blankets up and didn't even straighten the pillows. Coffee was still in coffee pot, dust and trash still on counters and table. Not vacuumed or dusted, took away dirty washcloth and towels, but did not replace all of them. It was not cleaned. The restaurant was good enough, and nice that it was open 24 hours, but free breakfast would have been better because it got expensive. The staff was nice at check-in, and the room was nicely decorated!

1st time in Chattanooga and we picked a great place to stay. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The place was busy but the rooms are quite. Staff was very helpful with telling me things to do and answered my questions. Pool was nice and clean. Restaurant had everything you could think of. Just next time I will share a plate, it was a lot of food.

I would say it is one of the best properties we have stayed at yet, of all the Best Western properties we have stayed.The staff are kind, courteous and caring.They are some of the friendliest people we have had the pleasure to meet. Well worth the drive and the dollar!

Its a really nice spot off the highway..a couple exits from mall an d restaraunts. Main complaint is no coffee in the lobby...crazy for a hotel claiming .2.5 stars and above. that may not seem big, but if you like coffee and have to pay 3 dollars at the on site cafe for a cup that should be free its annoying.

Room was dirty, dried hamburger meat on carpet, dirty toilet seat. No security on premises, loud all night with people yelling and standing in front of door. Kids running around with no parental supervision.

Good experience, with exception to cleaning service not returning when we had asked this of them. Guests smoking on balcony above our room. Restraunt was amazing! Made it very worthwhile! Would recommend to others.

I will stay at this hotel again, ez access, clean, comfortable, great staff. Room was on the backside and very quiet. Attached restaurant had huge menu offering. If you like corned beef hash and eggs, get it, it was delicious.

This was our 2nd stay. The price is great. Half of some hotels that rank lower than this hotel on TripAdvisor. 24 hrs on site restaurant is plus. The dinner has everything on the menu. We had dinner and breakfast and they took 10% off with our room key card. The room was clean as last time. Towels were soft not like some other hotels we stayed. Great location right off exit l 75. We would definitely come back again.

other than mattress a little soft for me it was a very nice and clean best western..restaurant attached to this hotel is excellent with great desserts. Walking area and near a national park for hiking and walking.

My family and I stayed here odor an over night trip .. Everything was great till late at night when I guess the Night life really Cranked up .. Our room was right at a busy Red light and intersection.. Sirens and Car horns kept waking my family up during the night . If you plan on staying for a while ask for a room on the pool side so you are not next to the high way.

DeWayne and I booked a package in Chattanooga and our hotel happened to be the Best Western Heritage Inn. We were on the ground floor right next to a restaurant. I could just roll him out of our room and we were there. The Best Western is worn, but the beds were comfortable. There was noise at night due to facing the street and the restaurant, but with the air conditioner going it was not a problem. Be sure and request a handicapped accessible room if you need one, the room was fine, he could get to the bathroom fine, but the bathtub was too high to put his leg over to get in to take a shower. The reception area was clean and the staff went out of their way to be nice to us.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western Herritage Inn.The staff was awesome and very friendly!They have an outdoor salt water pool that was very clean and nice.They have a City Café restaurant in the hotel.If you have never eaten there,I definitely recommend you try it.It is open 24 hrs. a day! The rooms were very clean.The bed was comfortable.The staff there is remarkable.I can't say enough great things about this hotel! We will definitely stay there again the next time we go to Chatanooga!

First time staying at this hotel...convenient location to all areas of Chattanooga. City cafe is a part of the hotel and you get a discount if you are staying here which is incredibly convenient. The room was average. Appliances (microwave and fridge) found in room were dated. Power outlets were temperamental. Staff was very friendly and would resolve problems quickly and without hesitation. Overall it was a decent hotel to stay in-with decent pricing, didn't have a "wow" factor but would stay again.

This facility is the best I have visited. We enjoyed our stay so much in 2015 that we booked again in 2017. The staff is wonderful and helpful. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. The Diner attached to the Hotel is awesome. Best value at a great rate. We will return again.

I've stayed here several times, and come here because the location is convenient. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are fairly clean, but the doors are not very sound proof so I find it noisy especially rooms facing the road. The restaurant has good food, and the portions are large, but I would prefer a continental breakfast for sake of time.

The staff was friendly. The restaurant was very good, each plate was more than anyone could eat. We were traveling thru the area with a group riding motorcycles. The entrance and exit are somewhat confusing, and hard to see. Otherwise it was a good experience.

The front desk guy was friendly. The parking lot is a bit tight. It had a diner instead of free breakfast. It did offer a discount on food. It seemed older. It was ok for a night. I would not stay in this area or choose this hotel if I were there a week.

It sits on a corner of 2 busy streets and is very noisy. The air conditioner in the room did not work efficiently. Put it on 65 for it to stay somewhat cool in the room. Again, there should not be a minimum number of characters for a review.

Bathroom was not clean. Pubic hair all over the shower and footprints on the bathroom floor and garbage in the trash can. Do to softball tournaments of more than 300 teams and the country fest going on in Nashville there were no rooms to be found anywhere. The hotel exterior appearance is very old and outdated. If traveling through the area make sure you have a blanket and pillow so you don't have to stay here.

Im very picky when it comes to hotels and there beds. Best Western has the best, comfy beds. I love to travel and would definitely recommend Best Western. Every time I have stayed at their hotel, I am greeted and always get to choose the area that I want my room to be (of course if its available).

The room was perfect for our family size. The pool was nice and clean. The staff was very kind of professional. The restaurant was wonderful. The bed slept very well. The only complaint I have. Is the carpets need a good cleaning in the room and in the stairs leading down to where the pool is.

Stayed at this hotel for an overnight trip to see the aquarium. The room was clean, updated, comfortable bed and pillows, and the pool area was clean as well with plenty of pool towels. Jimmy, who checked us in, was outstanding! Great customer service skills, personable and friendly, and patient, as I had to have two new sets of keys made!. There is a cafe in the hotel and you receive 10% off for being a guest. The food was good with large portions. There is a bustling town located nearby if you need anything and there is a gas station by the hotel. The hotel is located not far from downtown Chattanooga. I will be returning if I am ever in the area again and need a room!

Vacation trip to north Carolina the room was dirty and had no bath towels in the room when i got out of the shower the wash cloths were dirty and because of the how the bathroom looked I was not real sure of how well the rest of the room got cleaned ..

This is my go to hotel anytime passing through this area you can always count on the rooms being clean ready to rest if you come in late I have never had a complaint here quite frankly I don't see any coming. A grade

My husband and I were very happy with our overnight stay . We found all employees helpful,friendly and eager to please. Room was updated with new carpet and bedspreads. The beds were very comfortable that afforded a great nights sleep. Bathroom was updated with new shower. It is a pet friendly property, only certain rooms are designated for pets It has no free breakfast but has City Cafe next door that is open 24 hours. They have a extended menu with everything a person could want and is very affordable. You can get 10 percent off by letting them know you are staying at the Best Western. There would be only two minor things that we would say that happened. On arriving our key would not open the door , so they put us in the room next door. The bathroom sink drain was draining slowly. Upon leaving we brought this to their attention and they immediately sent someone to fix the problem. We would stay here again because it is very reasonably priced.

We're road warriors - we rarely fly and have chosen to travel by car for the last 20 years or so. That being said, we stay in a lot of motels and frequently without reservations. The only rooms we booked in advance were 4 nights in AL and 2 nights in TN. In TN we chose the Best Western Heritage Inn based on our travel experiences in the past at other Best Westerns. We generally like them ok so that this would at least fit an average or better than average property. I realize that some are just licensing the name. This particularly location has exterior corridors which is actually one of our preferred features when making a long road trip. The building itself is quite old and frankly, quite run down. The interior of our room was painted brick, the heating / cooling unit very loud, I think it was a disabled room, as it only had a walk in shower (which is fine by me as I am somewhat disabled). My husband, however, is not --- so the fact that the hand held shower head which is on a slider bar could not be height adjusted to stay in place was less than ideal... While all the components were there --- king bed, micro, fridge, coffee maker, dresser, tv, desk, arm chair and hassock - the room was very cramped. If I was working at the desk, and my husband wanted to go to the fridge, I either had to move to let him pass by the end of the bed or he crawled over the bed to get there.. If they planned the furniture placement a bit better they flow would have improved. I read the reviews on here regarding which side of the hotel to stay on and thought I had booked on the side OPPOSITE the City Diner which wound up about 3 doors down from us.. That contributed to the noise level.. A word about City Diner --- it's the best thing this Best Western has to offer in my opinion. We ate there for dinner and breakfast... it was great.. I would not choose to stay at Best Western Heritage again.

After being told no room at the Motel 6 at midnight, Best Western had rooms for us that were comfortable and quiet. I got a good night sleep. No shampoo in the room, and the wi-fi wouldn't connect to my tablet, but I slept well.

Did not have reservations, but vacancies were to be had. The hotel staff was swift and efficient with the check in process and yet very friendly and nice while working. Went to the associated City Cafe and the service there was exceptional with very goof food. A great stay for us.

Overall very enjoyable. clean rooms , nice ammenities, pleasant staff. The restaurant (City Cafe) is 24/7 and is very nice as well. I did have an employee staff enter the room without knocking but it seemed very innocent.

The room was clean, which I appreciate. The front desk personnel were pleasant. If I were in this section of town again, I would likely stay in this hotel. I did find the smokers smoking near our room somewhat annoying.

This hotel is located about 15-20 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. Nearby attractions aren't much (besides a used book & music business which is very large and worth your time). The rooms are old and dated. It is a "motel-style" set-up with doors that are outside. Good hot water and decent pressure in the small bathrooms. WI-FI is spotty and poor download speed. Staff seem friendly though staff (grounds and housekeeping) smoke outside your room in-between jobs. One perk is there is a diner located inside the hotel/motel that is rated high on tripadvisor - "City Cafe Diner" and its open 24-hours with excellent breakfast, and crazy looking desserts! We would not choose this location again, but it got us through while on a budget.

Room was not in bad condition and the area was convenient. I thought the price a touch high, but overall I was satisfied with my service and experience. It was Tuesday night. Eight days later, I noticed several small, itchy bumps on my body. With each passing day, more bumps appeared. I quickly consulted a physician and was diagnosed with Scabies, a skin mite. I stayed in no other hotels, came into contact with no animals, and had no interactions with infected individuals during my trip or after. Quite the coincidence.

I can't say that I would stay in this hotel again it's wasn't the cleanest I've been in latch was broken on door it basically ended up being a place to lay my head this evening and move on in the morning did run across some critters in the room they probably need to do a better job

Hotel was clean. Service was friendly and time appropriate. Recommend for a quick over night stay. Hotel was a little noisy with traffic. Overall, the hotel was a good place for a quick stay. I wouldn't spend a week or so there. Pool was being remodeled so it was not open. Bathroom was nice. Restaurant on site is delicious, highly recommend it.

We checked in at 1 am. The guy at the front desk was FaceTimeing some girl. There was no room key. He had to unloc our door for us. The room smelt like cigarettes, perfume and urine. There were hairs on the towels. Stains on the bed sheets. The room was completely dirty and not at all what I would have expected.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was very good for my needs. The City cafe located on the property served good food and plenty of it. I did not experiance any difficultys with my stay at this location. I have stayed at this pocation before and plan on staying there again when in this city.

Lets start with the good: Our room was spacious, modern and clean, staff were friendly and breakfast (which is not included, but you get a 10% discount if you are a motel guest) was tasty and convenient. The bad: Road noise was clearly audible the whole night (there is quite some traffic) and the mattresses were saggy, one almost drowned in them, which does not help your back in the morning. Overall, it was satisfactory for one night.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, in the last 2 years. Both times only stayed one night but was a great place to stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. It is on a busy intersection but I didn't think the outside noise carried into the rooms, unless it was sirens. The little diner is a plus and has good food. The only downside to the diner, is the patrons take up the hotel parking, in front of the rooms. Maybe putting up signs for hotel parking only would help. Just a suggestion, since we couldn't ever get a spot close to our room. I would like to find out what brand of mattresses they use, because they are the most comfortable hotel beds ever, and I'd like to purchase one for home if possible!!!!

I requested a quiet room when I booked the hotel. When we checked in we were again told it was the case. Well, we were facing a major road and had motorcycles driving by at 2:30 AM and a bunch of loud kids right outside at 4;30 AM. When I checked out in the morning the front desk receptionist informed that what did I expect. We were right across the street from a motorcycle dealership. Open at 2:30 AM??? Anyway, she should have offered some type of compensation just for goodwill. Forgetaboutit. Otherwise, the room was basic. There were two out of three shower dispensers that didn't work. The restaurant on the other hand was quite good and the staff was friendly.

Very close to the main highway yet far enough away that you are not next to the road. The restaurant was very close and since we were passing thru on a cross country trip this worked out well before entering Alabama and point south.

Our one night stay was wonderful. We had good service, comfortable and clean rooms, a perfect location near some of the best sites in Chattanooga, a great restaurant and a friendly staff. It was a enjoyable stay and I have already recommended your hotel to friends. I will write a good review for Trip Advisor.

OK place for a night on the road. Convenient to I75. Amenities almost non-existent. City cafe in building had decent food with large portions and nice staff. Street noise and heating unit noise detracted slightly from stay.

Perfect spot in Chattanooga for drivers. They accept CLC and give you reward points for your stay. With a great restaurant attached to the facility, it's hard to beat this location for your DOT required downtime

Didn't clean the room the first night and said our tag said do not disturb. We know it was turned around requesting the take care of the room. clerk handed us replacement items after saying he had flu

The staff was really friendly and helpful on both morning and night shifts. The room was comfortable, clean and equipped with everything we needed. There is a city cafe attached to the property that stays open 24 hours a day and that was also handy. If you don't have to stay in downtown Chattanooga, this is your best bet and you will save a ton of money for the same or better. Next trip to Chatt for us will include staying here again.

Nice hotel, reasonably proper, small bathroom, very noisy due to a busy location, good parking lot, breakfast is not for free due to an integrated restaurant. This restaurant offers breakfast and lunch, with typical American food. Is not bad. It's pet friendly, so matches our list.

We pass through Chattanooga several time each year, usually visiting relatives. This hotel is our preferred stop -- location is conveniently on interstate, easily accessible, staff very friendly, City Cafe next door.

Went on a Mini Vacation to see the fall colors there. Very Beautiful. We are at the Restaurant there on the property, was very impressed with the waitress we had, she was very very informative, helped us decide on what to eat and told us that the portions were Very,Very Big.

great hotel close to everything. Fantastic diner on site open 24 hours. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. parking is ell lit and safe. plenty of storage gas stations and food close by.We will definitely stay here again when visiting chattaoonga

I would stay here again especially when the remodeling is completely finished however I would love to have had my beds made up before I checked in but under the circumstances I was not upset with staff she was very accommodating

We arrived exhausted in Chattanooga. We were so pleased to have a nice meal at the diner and slept great in the very comfortable king size bed. It was clean and quiet. The staff were very attentive. We travel with our dog. There was plenty of grass to walk him. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we will definitely stop on our way back home in the spring. Good job!

Always a great experience at Best Western Hotels. They are clean, neat, and staff is very nice and courteous. We always try to stay at Best Western hotels. The other thins I like are the comfortable beds and the breakfast.

This hotel has had friendly staff, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms have been up to date- clean, and comfortable. With that said, the biggest plus, has GOT to be City Cafe open 24hrs in the hotel. the have at least 3? locations now. WIDE menu. tabula on a pita with southern slaw, a fried catfish finger, topped with coleslaw on a bunch with 7 layer chocolate cake on top, with a shrimp chimichanga with refried beams on the side....yeah...they got that... a suggestion though. the most noisy rooms are on the restaurant side, facing the busier street that corner. so avoid them if you can...in the 130-150 range, and 230-250 top floor. those can be noisy with a 24hr restaurant next door to you, and the parking for such in front of your wing of rooms... otherwise, visit, enjoy, have fun...this place IS one of the best deals in Chattanooga, with one 9f the top diners in the Southeast right on site

I was pleasantly surprised when we were treated like royalty when we used our Rewards Points to book this room. This is an older hotel with the doors facing outside, and with my disabilities it was very important that I get a room on the first floor. Jimmy helped me through the reservation process on the web, and then upgraded our room. It couldn't have been better. Our room was on the corner of the hotel closest to the truck stop facing the pool area, right at the top of the handicap ramp. Since the hotel has the old style outside doors, your first impression may not match the quality of the rooms. The hotel advertises that they have just remodeled the rooms and they obviously had. We were greeted with a clean and "warm" place to spend the evening before going on a riverboat cruise the next morning. The bed was as comfortable as 4-5 star hotels. The bath area had plenty of counter space, PLENTY of hot water with good pressure, and the bathtub even had a grab rail. There were plenty of soft towels for us to use and their soaps etc. were good quality. The bulk dispensers on the wall were handy. Our room was right beside a truck stop and the passageway for all of the vehicles going from the front to the back of the hotel. There is a busy highway out front and the hotel is very close to the Interstate. We did not hear any noise from any of that or other guests at any time during our stay. Downtown is only about 15-20 minutes away with several ways to get there if the interstate gets clogged. We appreciated that the entire hotel is non-smoking which contributes to the inviting and clean smelling rooms. Our did NOT have a heavy Fabreeze smell to it, just clean. One of the nicest features is the City Diner (rated separately) that is located on the front side of the hotel next to the check-in desk. Although we've eaten there sever times while passing through, it was the first time we've stayed here. Guests of the hotel receive a 10% discount for everything except beveredges and desserts. This place has an extensive menu and the food has always been excellent each of the several times we've eaten there (it is a favorite of ours when we go through Chatanooga). We throughly enjoyed one of the best pieces of cheesecake and coffee when we first arrived. Except for a minor drainage problem which I feel certain was fixed before the next guest, the jetted tub was WONDERFUL! It was sparkling clean, had plenty of hot water and filled quickly. It also has an abundance of jets to sooth a weary back after hours of driving. Even though it does not have a hand rail it was easy to enter and exit the tub. It is well worth the slight amount extra they charge for the room. The hotel was thoughtful enough to put a second exhaust fan so that both the toilet area and hot tub area have an exhaust. This keeps the room from becoming too humid when the tub is running. The switch is in the toilet/tub room. The two ladies who checked us out the next morning were an absolute delight. We would absolutely recommend this hotel for travelers, especially one of the hot tub rooms for someone what wants a guiet relaxing, even romantic, stay. It was one of the nicest Best Western's we've ever stayed in -- and yes, we highly recommend it.

We drove by this location a few times. It was mapquest directions not the hotels fault. Our room was clean and located on corner downstairs. Had a heartshaped hottub, king bed, full bath, small tv with many cable channels, plenty of clean towels, single coffee maker, and more. There is a cafe inside this location which is one of the reasons we booked this hotel. I have stayed at many Best Westerns through the years and couple of the reasons is because they allows dogs (we did not have our with us this time) and they serve free breakfast. At this location they did not give free breakfast because of the cafe. You only got a 10% discount on some of the food. No drinks, no desserts, only meals. 2 coffees and 2 slices of cake cost us $20. Not worth it would rather have free breakfast for that price. We paid about $90 a night which is not bad. Only problem we had was on our last day at the hotel, a bus full of jerks parked right outside our room woke us up at 6:00am. I was not a happy person. Although I do not feel it is the hotels responsibility to keep their adult guest under control, I was rather upset when the lady at the front desk says the people are going on a trip and their excited, but no consideration was given to my husband and myself who are paying customers. Don't know if I would stay at this location again. Although the hot tub worked great, the price was kind of expensive for what they offered. Cafe is a joke, got better food and prices at the Speedway right behind the hotel, not the best location or people hanging around it. If we had known this information before I have booked the room, I think we might have picked another place.

Great service; very nice rooms: very comfortable king size bed in our room; courteous and helpful staff. The southern charm is very evident everywhere. The City Cafe and Diner, which is attached to the hotel, has really good food with exceptionally large servings at very reasonable prices. They also offer a 10% discount to anyone staying in the hotel. What more can a traveler ask?

We stayed the night on our way back from Florida. Booked while on the road. I believe you get what you pay for. With that said room is very basic, clean but not fancy. Terribly loud since very close to the road. The rate I was charged the next day was not what I was quoted on the fun using the tripadvisor pricing that the hotel said they would match. Evening service was fine but next morning service by front desk manager was terrible. She told me there was no one to complain to. So I will not book here again.

Right off the highway 75 south. You can take the back roads to the mall. Plenty of things to do nearby. Very clean, beds are very comfy, internet is good, and staff is very helpful and friendly. City cafe is on the premises and has delicious cakes. Trust me it was worth the money per slice! One slice fed 4 people! So good! The wings are delicious too! We went to the dam and road up to lookout man, ruby falls, and rock city! A beautiful drive!

This hotel is very clean,small, decor somewhat updated, small bathroom, parking can be full at peak times. Friendly staff. Dinner attached is great food with very large portion, but can split with no charge, deserts to die for EXCELLENT. but moderaete price for what you get. friendly staff there. If you want to catch a little breakfast go to McDonalds. Would stay there again, weekends are very busy.

It's not a fancy-schmancy spot with hot tubs and mints on the pillow or anything, but it's clean, and comfortable, and a great bargain. Comparatively inexpensive but still neat and clean with very friendly, professional staff. The 24 hour diner seems to be very popular (and has great gyros!) and the location is quiet and comfortable and easy to find off the highway. I was extremely satisfied. I've stayed in super-sketchy hotels for the same price, so it was wonderful to find an upstanding little bargain that was perfect for my needs while working in Chattanooga.

I honestly don't know how so many people gave this place good reviews. Maybe they stayed in a room around back. We stayed in room 250 which someone else reviewed yesterday. He generously gave it 2 stars. I booked as non refundable so I guess you get a good price for the worst room and they get your money, too bad for you. There were no other rooms. The room is on 2nd floor right next to the 24 hour diner. Car doors were slamming all night and people were screaming. There was also a lot of road noise. There were a number of rooms together on the second level occupied by traveling workmen who were hanging outside drinking and commenting to passersby making us feel unsafe. There was no one at the desk to complain to either, just a sign-will be right back. The actual room needs an overhaul as it looks like the baseboards haven't been dusted for a long, long time. I'm am uncertain if the sheets were clean because they were not crisp and did not smell fresh. I slept in my clothes to avoid touching them. The bathroom door looked like it had been broken in and instructions are written on the back of the door advising how to close the latch as it no longer lines up with the strike. We slept a few hours and ran out of there in the morning like the place was on fire. I am surprised this is affiliated with Best Western (as the door sticker states) as it is not up to any decent hotel standard. BW should send someone out to check on how their franchisee is sullying their good name by running such rundown place. This is place is rough and I cannot say how sorry I was to book in advance. It was an eleventh hour change of plans and somehow only great reviews popped up on my phone when I was looking for a place to crash. If you are looking for an overnight stop, try one exit south of this place. There are many hotels at that exit that look so much better.

So disappointed in our stay. We stayed in room 250 and it was a disaster to say the least. Biggest complain is noise. So loud! The ceiling looks like it leaked and the bathroom door watched notched around toilet.

We reserved a room through Travelocity on our way through Chattanooga on a family vacation. When we arrived, we waited 15 minutes at the front desk for anyone to show up to help us. There was no one at the front desk. After we checked in, we went to our room which was facing the main road. We had to weave through people and clouds of smoke as there were tons of people on the balcony above us and all around our rooms just hanging out, drinking and smoking. It did not feel safe at all. We tried to make the best of it and set up to try to deal with all of the noise that we could hear while in our room but then our room started smelling heavily of smoke. We have a special needs toddler with lung issues so this was our last straw. My husband went to the front desk to see what could be done. The employee said that the hotel was full and there were no more rooms. He said that he had already asked them not to smoke in the rooms and there wasn't anything he could do. We checked out and handed in our keys. He told us that we had to receive a refund through Travelocity since that is how we booked. Travelocity contacted the hotel manager who lied to them and said that we just left without checking out. They refused to process our refund. Travelocity finally refunded us after many conversations and then I checked my bank account and the Best Western charged us also even though we already paid through Travelocity. I am still working to try to get the other refund directly from Best Western. Do not stay here! This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my many years of traveling.

We booked a pet-friendly room via Expedia (Standard Room, 1 King Bed, Accessible, Bathtub (Pet Friendly) - Web Special). We checked into the hotel and were amazed by the room – clean, smelled wonderful. Unfortunately after we unloaded our car and left the hotel we received a phone call from the clerk at the front desk informing us that we would have to change rooms because we did not inform them at check-in that we had a pet with us. We were frustrated, but turned around, retrieved (most) of our items from the original room, and changed rooms. After we left the hotel for the 2nd time, we realized we had left something in the original room and called the front desk and requested they retrieve the item, and was told “no problem”. When we returned to the hotel hours later we checked to see if our item had been placed in our room (as requested) or if it was at the front desk (it was not). When we spoke with the evening clerk, we were informed that all of the issues we were having with the hotel were our fault and that we were lucky the hotel was able to accommodate us and our pet since they didn't have us down for a pet room (even though we requested a pet room). We asked for the contact information for a manager and were told that we would have to find them in the hotel the next morning. When we checked out, we were given the same response from the Front Desk Manager – basically the hotel refused to take responsibility for anything that went wrong during our hotel stay and blamed everything on Expedia and us for not informing them about our dog during the check-in process. Other than the original clerk from check-in, the rest of the hotel staff was rude and escalated the situation for their dissatisfied guests with every encounter. The second room was a major decline after seeing the original room – stained furniture, trash on the floor, leaky faucet in the bathroom, no soap in the bathroom, etc. Hotel was loud (next to a truck stop, trains in the distance all night). Overall, next time I will pay less than I did for this room and stay at another pet friendly hotel in the area.

Boy, was this room a "breath of fresh air" after some that we stayed in over a week's time. Great price when booked through Trip Advisor. Very pleasant and helpful desk clerk. Clean, fresh smelling, cozy room with comfortable mattress, everything we needed and a shower head to die for!!! Even the pillows were great! Will definitely stay here, again, and the meal at the restaurant the night before was excellent!!!!!!

We love staying here. Great staff great rooms and BEST onsite restaurant! We have stayed here for the last 3 years in the fall. Love the Chattanooga area, Aquarium, boat rides, Lookout Mountain, Ruby Falls. Lots to do in the area.

We actually loved this hotel. We found this at the last minute at an awesome price. We didn't think for the price it would be too great but we were wrong. It wasn't loud it was clean, smelled amazing and the diner was awesome!

The hotel is located near Ruby Falls and Historic downtown Chattanooga. Attached to the hotel is a 24 hour diner with great food. Plenty of parking and security. All the staff that we encountered was friendly and courteous.

Close to area attractions (Ruby Falls, Lookout Mountain and Historic Chattanooga) and easy access to major roads. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel that is open 24 hours. Great food and price. Will definitely stay at this hotel in the future.

This was not the first time I have stayed here and went back because the previous time I was given an upgrade for my room. This time I was given extra points for staying there. The hotel isn't very fancy but the rooms were clean and had been updated. The idea that the staff understands that the little things are what make the difference in the experience I appreciated that. The restaurant at the hotel was pretty good.

Very nice hotel. Not far from downtown Chattanooga, Staff were excellent. Made you they appreciated your business. Restaurant food was good. Great location. The rooms were very nice and appreciate the pet friendly availability. Good value for the money. Very convenient to the interstates with plenty of shopping nearby. Somewhat noisy area but, most hotels close to the interstate usually are. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Spent the night during a trip from TX to NC. Easy to locate just off of the Intestate. The onsite 24 hr diner had great food with a huge selection. The diner is not operated by BW. The downside is that there is no coffee in lobby for the late night or early morning non-sleepers.

We stayed four nights. It is an older type motel with outside room access rather than interior corridors but the condition and cleanliness of the place is marvelous and the rates are great! I would take this motel over many of the other places around. Room is comfortable, clean, and the area feels safe. There is a 24/7 hour Metro Cafe on the property that serves big portions of good food with a wide breath of selections. The cakes and pies are a point of interest and everyone should try one. We had a king size room with coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, a desk, cosy chair with foot rest piece. Plenty of outlets. Bathtub had shampoo, conditioner, and body soap dispensers which take a lot of pushing to get out the copious quantities I like to use. The outside pool was open (first week of October but it was 86° outside) and was crystal clear. There is a conference room for many 15 - 20? I just stuck my head in so you will probably need to call for exact number. If you stay on the first floor you can pull your car up directly to your door and unload without a cart. A superamerica gas station is directly next door but not handicap accessible unless you drive since there is little gentle grass hill between the properties. The superamerica is a truck stop location with places lots of places to park a large rig in the back of the gas station. There is only one easy entrance to the motel. The cafe and main lobby entrance are almost at the light and difficult to maneuver around. Cross posted on hotels.com.

We stayed here as we were headed home to Alabama. This hotel was very clean. And the front desk clerk was very polite. Beds were also comfortable and it is convenient to gas stations and fast food places.

Overall very happy. Property was easy to find and get too. Had a good café and gas station a cross the street and behind the hotel. Clean and had a very big room. We were in a room with 3 double beds which was the first time I have seen that. It made the sleep arrangements easy to deal with. I will stay there again on my next trip to Tn

I was surprisingly pleased with this room after reading the reviews before booking. The staff was friendly, the rooms were cleaning. Furniture is aged, but good for the value. The bed was super comfortable, the bathrooms are remodeled with great water pressure, and the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel are in self serve pump canisters in the shower. There was quite a bit of street noise, but the ac helps drown that out at night. Overall nice for the price, enjoyed our stay.

Don't expect much, you get what you pay for. 10 minutes from the center of Chattanooga, so we couldn't complain. Couldn't hear anything from rooms near us, slept comfortably, decent free breakfast in the morning!

This was a great Best Western in the part of town we needed to stay. Would certainly return to this location. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms clean and well appointed. Poolside was specially nice and quite.

Planned a road trip through Kentucky and Tennessee it was amazing. From the Louisville Slugger Museum to the Lookout Mt. (which is actually in Georgia) we had a great time. Stayed at a few Best Western Hotels and they were amazing as well. Had a blast with my family. The BW Heritage Inn in Chattanooga was Awesome!!! Great service. Staff was great. Room was clean, bright, plenty of towels. Restaurant on-site was an added treat.

Our family has stayed at this hotel many times as the rooms have always been clean (although they did always give us headaches due to the overuse of "air fresheners"). It is attached to a nice restaurant that serves large portions at a decent price (the local police are frequent customers). However, the last time we attempted (after a 13 hour drive) we were informed that the owner has decided to not allow cats, despite the statement still on the hotels home page that "pets are always welcome". I suddenly had to find new accommodations... not a pleasant experience late at night with a small child and a pet in the car.

Stopped overnight on the way to the Smokies. Would love to have explored Chattanooga further. Spacious room and comfortable. Luckily we had a room that was poolside and not the noisier roadside. City Diner that is attached does great food but be warned, they are massive portions!

The room is adequate and had all we needed. It was clean and comfortable. I think the biggest issue aside from having outdoor rooms was the thin walls and noise from the highway. Parking problems late at night. Pet friendly for those who are bringing pets. No other issues and would stay again because of the price..

I booked 2 rooms at this hotel at the very last minute - about 5 hours before I needed them. I was able to book on my phone, through Priceline. I called the front desk to ensure they had all that they needed and they were friendly and efficient. They even helped to arrange so the other car group could check in before the cardholder got there.The rooms were clean, the beds comfy, the staff friendly and efficient.

While on our way to Ohio from Florida for a wedding, we cam across this lovely hotel as our half way place to rest. The front desk person Jimmy was absolutely fabulous. He took care of every need that we had. Room was very clean and the pool was refreshing. A great plus was the diner attached to the hotel which had wonderful food. Would stay here again! All of the staff was wonderful and accommodating. My kids didn't want to leave...said they wanted to live there because it was so nice!

My husband is currently deployed in the Air Force. My 3 children and I had the opportunity to meet up with family on the weekend of Aug. 26th and 27th. My sister in law made arrangements for our family to stay in 3 rooms that would be very close together if not adjoining. She made the reservations 6 weeks in advance and was assured there would be detailed notes with the reservation about how important it was to keep our rooms close together so our family that is separated defending our country would be united with our extended family. When my sister in law arrived to check in she was treated with total disrespect and our rooms were as far apart as you could possibly get. She was completely brushed off and the fact that the notes were in the system meant absolutely nothing. There was a softball tournament going on and other guests arrived at 2pm to check in instead of the normal 4pm check in time. I'm not sure if these guests had reservations or not, but we DID have reservations that were very specific. If the softball guests had reservations and their room was not ready they should have been told the check in time is 4pm and that they would do their best to get their room ready, but that they would have to wait. Our reservation held with credit card info should have been more than enough to hold our rooms for a few hours. It was 6pm when my sister in law was trying to get checked in. We were getting together to celebrate my son's 13th birthday to make it super special since he wouldn't have his dad there for this milestone birthday as well as to celebrate a very important award being received by my brother in law who is a veteran (also married to a veteran) both have been deployed several times. Being a military family we have learned to find the silver linning, but this was a case where we planned ahead and were very specific in our request, we provided credit card info to hold our spot, and not only did this establishment go back on their word to reserve the specified rooms they were incredibly rude and unwilling to even attempt to rectify the mistake that was made. It's very disheartening to be treated in such a way when we did everything we needed to and were treated as if the error was ours. I will NEVER stay here again and I can NOT recommend this to any friends of which many travel often. I would tell anyone looking for hotel accommodations in the Chattanooga to keep looking. This is not the type of business I would support.

We ask for a king or queen size bed, they gave us 2 beds, the rooms stunk (like smoke- even though it was a non smoking) and because I am allergic to tobacco we asked for the right room, one bed and no smoke smell, the lady was very nice and moved us to a different room, which smelled like smoke but not as bad. Also the it s in a very busy location, didnt care for the noise, the pool is in the parking lot...

On 7/11/16 I set up hotel accommodations for three rooms to be near one another on 8/26/16. I spoke with a helpful employee over the phone who assisted me in reserving the rooms that we connected and next door to one another. While checking in, I was notified that he "couldn't quite get our rooms together" as it was a busy weekend. I explained that I reserved the rooms six weeks ago to be near one another, although did not have to be side-by-side. He said he got the rooms as close to one another as he could. It turns out that it wasn't even possible for him to get the rooms further apart. Two of our rooms were on one extreme side from the third room. He stated that another quest decided to lengthen their stay by a few days so he changed our room. He stated that they did not have to call me to inform me of this change nor did they have to offer me another room type that would be closure to the other rooms. I inquired if there were any other rooms I could be relocated to. He stated that the morning manager Stacey is the person who moved our previous reservation. I advised that even though I reserved a triple room I was willing to take a different room in order to be by the other guest. He stated that he was too busy to look at the four open rooms to see if he could relocate me closer. He stated that there was a softball tournament that weekend and other guests showed up early and checked in at 2 rather than 4. He stated that at 4 PM he had to check in over 40 rooms by himself. He stated that even though this was 6 PM and no-one was in line to check-in, he was too busy to check to see if I could move into 1 of the 4 remaining open rooms. He further that that he could not accommodate me or my guests, or compensate us over the issue. He stated that he was willing to "release you from your obligation to seek a room somewhere else." He did not offer to release the other two rooms as well. He talked extensively about how good food at the dinner, although failed to give us general check-in information such as the password for the Internet or pool times. This person raised his voice at me when I asked again to please move me to any of the four rooms that were open, as my guests included military veterans and families of currently deployed service members who preferred to room close to one another. Again, he refused to even check his computer - even though no-one else was in the room. He stated to me, "people are checked into their rooms. I cannot throw them out just because you want to be moved" I responded by stating, "Sir, I am asking about the four rooms you said that you had open. May I change my room to one of them" to which he responded by saying "no". Another customer walked up to the counter. This employee told the other customer that I was done and then the employee proceeded to help him instead of checking the computer for me. Several times during our verbal exchange, this employee blamed the manager and stated that he was "just too busy". This employee focused on his workload and trying to endorse the restaurant, although failed to meet the needs of the customer including giving us the wifi password information. The other military families were very upset over our room placements being so far apart. On Saturday night, the children were in the pool during the open pool times. This same employee came over and yelled at the children that they had to be out in twenty minutes. There were numerous adults present, who he could have calmly talked to. After he left the children asked us what they did wrong to be yell at. Besides this one person, everything else about our stay was enjoyable. Watching the softball players sit around with open containers of liquor and beer while smoking and playing cards, it's a wonder as to why the children were yelled at while the softball players' behavior went unmarked upon. To this day I have a very sour taste in my mouth when I think of this interaction. I didn't expect anyone to be kicked out of a room they were currently in, although I did expect a hotel to honor the reservation to the best of their ability. That employee stated that because other guests checked in at 2 PM, our room changed several times until it ended up at the other side of the hotel. It seems that we should have been given an opportunity to change room types as we expressed several times that our location was more important than our room type. As much as I enjoy Best Western as a chain, I would not stay at this hotel again nor would I recommend it to anyone. The purpose of our stay was to provide support to currently deployed families and veterans, this hotel could have been a great aspect in that support.

The location is right off the interstate and easy to find. They have a big parking lot and a lot of rooms. The building is two story, no elevator. You can tell the building is older but it has been upgraded and maintained well. The room was big, had comfortable beds and pillows and was very clean. The room had all the usual amenities such as microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer and so forth. Check in and check out were quick and efficient. Staff were friendly. They do not offer any type of breakfast as part of the hotel stay but there is a great cafe on site. We ate there twice, they have a great menu and prices were reasonable plus they are open 24 hours a day. The pool is small and is right along the parking area. There is nice landscaping around the building. I would certainly stay here again and plan to eat here whenever I am anywhere near this area!

Great experience we had miscommunication with the pets but they handled it in great way and made our stay very good. The employees where very nice and polite. We will be staying here again in our future travels.

Really enjoyed staying here. They are great for pets, the rooms have doors to outside, so we can take our animals out without disturbing anyone or worry about running into people. Rooms are nice and clean, and the on site restaurant has the most amazing desserts! It was reasonably priced, and I would definitely stop back again!

When you are traveling and just need a clean place to stay this hotel will fill the bill. Most of the time when traveling one doesn't want luxury, luxury. I simply want a very clean and comfortable room where I can sleep without worrying about beg bugs and having to slip my shoes on every time I walk on the floor. This is one of those places. The free breakfast was ok and gets you off to a good start.

Sure the Best Western Inn in Chattanooga, TN has comfortable beds with all of the usually amenities, but the Cafe really took the CAKE!! They had a huge selection of food, and killer desserts. We're going back soon!!

The very good rating comes from that fact that the beds were to soft and bouncy. I prefer a more firm mattress. I have a back problem ,so that would be a plus for me. Overall the rooms are very nice and clean.

Awful one night stay. After a long driving day follows by another long driving day, we decided to stop at Best Western Heritage Inn in Chattanooga. We left disappointed. Bed sheets were dirty and obviously not changed from previous guests. The housekeeper just made the bed and thought was enough to welcome new guests. I have reasons to believe the same happened with the towels, they weren't looking fresh in any way, and had dark and yellow spots on them. As a couple, we were given a room with two full size bed. Our experience was a bad one.

This hotel is decent and most rooms are like a motel as rooms are accessed from the outside. So you might call a motel. Prices were very reasonable, and hotel was clean enough. It has standard sized rooms and beds were a little soft and on the small side. Pools was nice but not large. I was on a softball tournament and so we always need a lot of ice, especially in hot southern heat, but the Ice machine was broken. My biggest problem was that I booked the reservation directly with the hotel. I even received a reservation number. When I got there, they didn't have my reservation. Fortunately they had a couple rooms left, but they charged me a rate $20 a night higher than when I pre-booked the hotel. I gave them the reservation number, and they still didn't honor my original rate. Staff kept saying, to get that rate you had to reserve in advance. She acted like I was lying to her and treated me not the best lets say. Note the person checking in before me had a lot of trouble with their reservation. I think they have some system issues. Also I was aware of the $50 stay two time promotional deal when I first called. I even asked the desk when making the reservation to enter the offer. They didn't inform me nor tell me that I had to register first with Best Western rewards to get the offer. So even though I stayed again at another Best Western, I wasn't able to get this $50 offer. Little disappointed by the hotels lack of knowledge on the promotion. Restaurant attached to the hotel was good and had the largest selection of pies I've ever seen.

This is our halfway point when traveling to Florida with our two dogs. The hotel is clean and beds are decent. Room and pet fees are low compared to others in the area. A/C makes a low white noise that allows for a decent night's sleep. There is a reasonable priced diner attached to the hotel. We just completed our fifth stay over three years and plan on returning the next time we travel to Florida in December. I always travel with my own pillow and accidentally left it behind on this visit and they were kind enough to call me about it.

We were just passing through Chattanooga and staying here was very convenient. Easy access from the Interstate, yet the rooms were very quiet. Although, we didn't eat there, having a 24 hour restaurant on premises is handy.

The hotel was nice. I stayed with my son. Clean, quiet and exactly met our few needs. It was very reasonably priced. They even moved a non refundable date for me. I would stay there again if in Chattanooga.

Great hotel. About 15 min from Tennessee aquarium and other museums. Friendly staff. Would have been a 5 rating but we had a room that was connected to another room that we were not using and they were smoking in it and it came through the door into our room and stunk up our room! It's supposed to be a non smoking hotel. Nice room though, clean. Pool was a decent size, not huge but it was decent. Love the café on site. Awesome food!

I always stay at Best Western! Upon arriving later than expected, Jimmy at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. The room was beautiful and the pool was amazing. Attached to an amazing diner as well! The beds were very soft and the shower was nice and hot.

Stayed here passing through on the way to Kansas. Contrary to the negative reviews, this is not a bad hotel. The room was clean, the carpet was either new or recently had a very good deep cleaning and the bathroom/sink area was totally updated. The bed was quite comfortable too. Our room was in front of the pool and it was a clean and attractive area. Yes, it's an old building and not fancy but good enough for our one night stay. Hotel was full of couples and families, saw maybe two trucks. I would stay here again. There is no free breakfast but there is a diner connected to the hotel and that's pretty convenient if you choose to eat there.
