Best Western Andalusia Inn

This is a conveniently located hotel that I've stayed in many times for business and I've never had a complaint about the rooms, service, cleanliness nor have I felt unsafe here at anytime. The coffee is good and breakfast is sufficient and I've always been able to use the guest computer and printer.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and nicely updated. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast offers plenty of choices. The coffee was great and available 24 hours. We will choose the motel again for our next trip to Andalusia.

This property is very well maintained and the rooms are neat and clean. There was a nice breakfast with a variety of food to choose from. The dining area was nice and clean. I left a styling tool and house keeping turned it in to the front desk for me. Management offered to mail it since I live out of state- that is exceptional customer service.

I always look forward to staying at the best western when we go to rodeo finials they have the nicenest staff and are willing to help anyway they can my waffles are always my favorite we've been staying here since 2016

We stayed in room is 208 and 209 and they were immaculately clean. The beds were extremely comfortable with lots of beautiful linen and four pillows per bed. The breakfast was basic. I was disappointed there were no eggs but other than that it was adequate. The pool looks very nice but we did not use it. The towels were big white and fluffy and we even enjoyed the little samples of lotion and soap. Will definitely return to the Best Western in Andalusia if we ever are able to come back down! We were looking for Brenda Gantt around town but we never got to see her.

I love staying here, its clean, neat, organized comfortable beds just the best hotel to stay at I give them a 10+ I'll always be a loyal cudtomer... The internet is percfect and plus u get breakfast.!

The check in and out was excellent. Keli was from my home state and not so far from my home town. She was very good in making my reservations on a short (two day) notice. Shane was on duty and helped us with all the details and extras we needed upon arrival. The room was quite comfortable and very clean. Location hard to find with GPS. Address is given as 305 Bypass but the street is actually a different. Had to stop a few blocks away and call a couple of times. Forgot the name of the street the hotel fronts on but Garmin did not recognize 305 Bypass.

Our stay was for restful rest while taking care of family issues, in town. This hotel is just off the highway to destination “beach paradise”. Book for your travels because rooms fill up fast. Beds are very comfortable!!!

Guest check in was efficient. The King room was nicely appointed. The remote was easily cleaned. The room was very clean. The location was very convenient for our needs. The breakfast was not up to our standards but during Covid everyone needs to readjust their expectations.

We really appreciated this hotel! the rooms had plenty of space and they were very clean with good upkeep. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy the dining area due to the coronavirus restrictions but we are sure we will in the future as the Best Western / Andalusia will now be our hotel of choice when our crews are working in Andalusia!

Business trip, first time in Andalusia and loved it. The fact that the Deans cake house is right behind the hotel was great. Try the seven layer cake when you go. The service was fantastic and the breakfast was fresh and hot.

We stayed here in May of 2018. Was an Wonderful hotel and had rooms that was Fantastic! Worth the money! Not many places in Andalusia Al but was clean & worth the money! We enjoyed our visit here had an complimentary breakfast that was good! We visited the beach at Destin Fl about 2 hrs from here in Al

The check-in desk and the lobby we're clean and comfortable with coffee, TV and area for breakfast .The room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities. There were plenty of towels and shampoo provided.

The stay here is fantastic, it's clean and the staff is veev friendly, Ms Shane will take care if your reservation and if u leave something they will keep it for you, .the prices are great, thanks a lot

This was such a sad hotel! The lobby had an overpowering smell of hair dye. The condition of the entire hotel was run down and needing of updating. Don't get me started on the bathroom. The door screeched like a dying cat. No matter how slowly we sat on the toilet, the entire bowl sounded like it was coming out of the wall. You can hear people carrying a conversation in the parking lot. The coffee is the most horrible I've ever had. We are so disappointed!

With the exception of a Wingate this is absolutely the best place I've ever stayed. And that includes many nights a year in hotels. The front desk clerk was AWESOME, I don't remember her name, (Saturday December 1st at 8:30ish) but she is to be commended. The bed is comfortable, the TV is huge, there is even a old school push button phone in the bathroom. When in Andalusia stay here!

Recently updated, very clean. Staff was so helpful as I had lost my reservation due to my own mistake. Motel was full, with many guests having come North to escape Hurricane Michael, but a room for me was found. Rooms are quiet, beds so comfortable. Our stay was very pleasant.

Motel was very clean. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Decor was very modern. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had a variety of choices from biscuits & gravy, sausage, waffles, oatmeal & cereal.

It was a pleasant stay, room was clean, it was quite and above all, the bed was very confortable. I would highly recomenda this facility. I have stayed in Best Westerns hotels before and i will attest that they have improved in the quality cleanliness and customer service.

This is a normal Best Western hotel. I booked online a few weeks prior to stay. The hotel is "older style" with doors to the outside, but it is kept up well. Easy to get to right off of the highway. Check in started with the clerk thinking I said I needed 2 rooms, I simply had said I was there to check in. After quickly getting the keys, we proceeded to our room and found it was a smoking room. The smell was horrendous. I went back to the front desk and stated that I booked a non smoking room, which did match my confirmation. I was told that "they" booked me smoking room. Luckily, there was one left. This one was much better with no odor. The room was clean. TV was crisp & clear for a hotel. Bed was average for comfortableness. Breakfast was the standard fare. Nothing too exciting but it works. Check out went smooth. Overall, I would stay again if in the area.

I stayed at this hotel two years ago and was pleased with the newly updated rooms. The lobby was under renovation at that time. This trip I found the rooms were well kept, clean and comfortable. The lobby was great a very nice first impression.

Stayed regularly for work for several years. Friendly staff, reasonable rates, good value for the experience They have pillowtop mattresses in some rooms that are very comfortable. Breakfast is simple, but works. Quiet and everyone is down bu 9.30-10.00 so no problems w noise

This location has been recently remodeled. It was very clean, staff were helpful and it was a great price. Standard motel breakfast included (sausage, eggs, toast, cereal etc ) Free wifi Good water pressure in shower What else could you ask for ? It is a stay over / pass through motel, not a destination motel

I was very impressed with the two staff members who I encountered. Very clean hotel. Usually I travel in an RV but this is a hotel I would definitely stay in again. Breakfast was very appetizing as well. Great stay!

Excellent Best Western hotel. Nice facility, great staff, reasonable rates, and acceptable breakfast. Nothing negative about this property. Would highly recommend to one and all. Very modern and well constructed. Did not hear any adjacent noise.

we always stay with the patel's when visiting andalusia. the staff is professional and we have never wanted for a handicap room. the hotel had been remodeled prior to or last stay, and what an excellent makeover it received. excellent in and out of town location, across the street from several restaurants and straight driving distance to several others either way you turn out of the parking lot. a big plus is the convenience store and gas station right next door!

Breakfast, a good bed, nice room and friendly staff along with the perfect location for Christmas events.We even visited candyland and enjoyed the festivities.It was an easy two block ride from the hotel.

Every time I go out of town or just feel like getting away I always choose this Best Western !!!! By far the best hotel chain and will continue to be! The staff,rooms, and overall environment is wonderful! They never fail to make me feel right at home....like I'm family!!! Love it!

After having to choose a smoking or non-smoking room online, I had much trepidation about this stay. I girded myself for another march to the front desk after opening the door to my "non-smoking" room only to be attacked by a cloying air freshener poorly masking stale cigarette smoke. I was surprised and delighted that nothing like that happened; in fact, on the desk was a table-tent sign boasting that the property was 100% smoke free. I wish they would make this clear on booking.com. The women who make this place hum are warm, friendly, and efficient in their tasks. Lastly, the property is convenient to quaint downtown Andalusia, a gas station/mini-mart, and to a few box restaurants, if that's your thing.

Clean and nice hotel with a good continental breakfast. I was happy with the cleaning service. No bugs inside the room and good air conditioning. There were big spiders outside the room in the outside corridors. Felt safe in the room as well.

Second time to stop here on our way to the beaches. GREAT place to stay. Clean, comfortable and the staff is helpful and friendly. And breakfast in the morning before you head out on the road again. What more do you need?

Decent stay for the night and price. Very friendly staff. Property could use some updating. No elevator available in doors off base the outside Breakfast definitely needs some variety especially if you're staying for more than a one day

Newly renovated Guest Reception and Breakfast area and updated signage will welcome you to this nice comfortable Best Western property. The staff is helpful and eager to have your stay be relaxing. If you need to plan an overnight stay on your way, this is a good place to rest.

Front Staff at check-in was great - downhill after that - no water would come out of the shower and no type of compensation from the hotel - I was unfortunately in town for a funeral and had enough stress. I would not recommend and not stay there again.

This hotel was very nice, clean. The rooms were big and spacious. The staff was pleasantly nice. Its off to itself but I loved it so I will visit again. The boys enjoyed the pool they even said the food was the best they have had at any hotel lol so thats a plus...thanks again

The hotel is nice, the staff was great and overall the price and location from restaurants were great. The pool was enjoyable also. This was a family trip so we all had a comfortable time at the best western

Lighting in room just plain old sux. Hot & cold water in shower change w/o touching knobs from freezing to scalding more than once per shower. Maid service invite their family & friends into the rooms while cleaning. Whaaaaat. Yes they do. Have stayed at this hotel for a while, just keeps getting worst.

Overall good stay,good location,friendly people. They have clean rooms and if your in the area I believe you would like this hotel. Breakfast was not my favorite but you might be ok.this review wants more but I don't know what else to say

We visit family here a few times a year and we usually stay at the holiday inn express in Andalusia. I try to always book thru a specific website because I collect free nights but on this occasion they showed no rooms available which was strange because it's Andalusia. Not exactly a tourist mecca. Anyway, we decided to give the best western a try based on the rooms looking nice in the pictures. From the outside it looks like an older hotel but the rooms are actually updated and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. We have been staying here ever since. Very quiet too. Oh, and it is significantly cheaper than holiday inn.

The staff didn't hesitate to mail my son's irreplaceable, stuffed animal. They had found him and rescued him for us. "Elephant" arrived home safely days later. I'm extremely impressed and incredibly grateful!

Clean and good value for price. Breakfast above average for this type of accommodation. Outdoor pool looked nice although I did not swim. A/C worked well. Pillows and bed were fine. Sink, tub and shower head all in good order.

We stayed at this hotel because my brother had passed away. The ladies at the front desk were wonderful. One of the ladies was Samantha she knew we were there for a funeral and was so compassionate. She took care of the breakfast area by herself and always had a smile to share with everyone, and was happy to meet their needs. The funeral was Saturday morning it was at 10am we were afraid that it would extend past the checkout time, I asked if they could extend the time. The lady I didn't get her name asked if 12;00 was good and I said that would be perfect because we would pack up, but needed to change our clothes before getting on the road. I can't thank the staff there enough for making our stay there as comfortable as possible. The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable we would definitely stay there again.

Stopped here on the way to Seagrove. Hotels back up the road were more expensive. This one is clean and recently renovated. Fridge and micro in room. Great value at $100 a night with taxes. Although our tv didn't work and the toilet wouldn't flush when we arrived, they had it fixed in 10 minutes. Lady at the front was nice and helpful. Well lighted so you feel safe.

Stopped here based off of trip advisor reviews for a night sleep on the way to Florida. Arrived late without reservations. Got a great rate. 2 adults and 2 kids. Room was clean and looked to be recently updated. Beds were good. The breakfast in the AM was great. Kids loved it. Worker at the front desk was very polite and welcoming. Will stay here again on our way to Florida.

Everything about this Best Western was great. Right down to the nice girl at the front desk. The room and beds were fantastic!!I only stayed one night but I cant say enough good about it. Thanks for the great stay.

This place is high-priced and highly touted by reviewers but we weren't so happy with it. The lack of a guest laundry was surprising and inconvenient. I actually got a moldy biscuit to eat for breakfast and that was about it at 8:30 on a Sunday morning. The food was just gone and the attendant obviously was hoping no one else would come in for breakfast. I had to wait while she restocked and some items were just "out" as she unapologetically told me. The room has nice furniture, yes. But the bathrooms remain old and small and not updated. They bothered us because the check in person checked the wrong box and they had no way of knowing that we'd booked a 2 day stay. TV extra slow, and the internet went out several times as they were working on it. One ice machine did not work and the other was disgustingly dirty. The front desk did not pick up over half the times we called. In short, we've had much better stays at less prestigious hotels.

We stayed here after driving a long distance to Destin. We stayed the night before. 1 1/2 hrs out from Destin. Property was clean staff was friendly. Value was great and the free breakfast made it even a better value. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

This location was one of the best. Bright and clean. Staff was professional yet friendly and helpful. Guest room was fresh and well decorated.. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with REAL Eggs, sausage, gravy, waffles, cereal and fruit.

I love BW Properties so there was no question where we would stay once we got there. We drove up from Tampa, Florida on Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. We crashed on a family members floor for a few hours. Calling to verify what time was check in. The clerk said come on in we have a room available now. Feeling grateful we rushed up there. Hotel staff is great. The room was very nice and comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good. Nice selections. Well located and within a walks distance to many places. Can't wait to come back again. No doubt in my mind where we will lodge. :)

Appear to be like any other motel, not impressed. Room was big and clean, bed nice, no bad smell, slept really good, so overall a great hotel. Problem was next morning when we got down to have breakfast at 9am, they already ran out all hot food (no eggs no sausage). I asked front desk lady and was told she had contacted someone, but when we left at 9:30am, nothing. Their standard breakfast time was till 9:30am.

The last several years I have made it a point to always check to see if there is a Best Western near enough to stay out where I am traveling. This newly remodeled property was outstanding. Nice furnishing & décor, quiet, friendly staff & convenient location. This area lacks in many choices for a sit down dinner but Beef O'Brady's was just across the street. Just be forewarned that this is an establishment that does not serve alcohol on Sundays. Not a show stopper for sure though.

Good place the stay overnight or for a couple of days. The beds are comfortable, rooms are clean. Just wish they would provide more towels in the rooms. Staff are nice. Offers complimentary breakfast in the mornings. Overall satisfied with my stay here at the Best Western.

We stayed here one night on the way to the beach. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of parking and it was easy to find. There was a nice small outdoor pool. The free breakfast was good and included sausage, biscuits, gravy, eggs, bagels, french toast, waffles, yogurt, fruit etc. We will definitely stay here again on our next road trip to the beach.

This hotel is great for a weekend stay and only an hour an a half from popular beaches in Florida. The rooms are clean and comfortable and provide plenty of room for all belongings. The staff were very friendly even during the night. They offered a good breakfast to start the day as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a short stay. I would give them 4 out of 5 stars because of ongoing renovations.

We stay often when we are in Andalusia. Staff is great, and hotel is very clean. It is quiet (leafblower outside could wait until a little alter in the morning), clean, and the staff is helpful. The lobby has been fixed up and is very nicely done.

I was surprised by the recently renovated interior of the front desk / breakfast area. This is a major improvement from the previous interior and provides much more room for folks to eat. The breakfast was a standard fare but hit the spot. Room was adequate and clean. Only disappointment was the very slow in-room internet. Safe place, we stay here every time we are in town. I hear renovations of the rooms start in a few months so I am looking forward to that. Ownership care of the property is evident. I recommend staying here.

Good part of town. Renovated 1month ago, very modern and clean. Used pool and it was clean and well maintained. Only thing it's older so you do enter from outside, but that's ok because everything else was nice and satisfactory. Would stay again.

Stayed in room 209. Average clean comfortable Best Western. Small outside swimming pool. Good facilities in the room Fridge, microwave, coffee maker. A comfortable nights sleep was had. The hotel offered a free hot breakfast which was very acceptable. The nearest restaurant's were the standard offering fast food outlets. I would stay again for an over night trip. Avoid the Taco Bell.

Although this Best Western Inn is an older hotel, it has been well-kept, renovated, and is in very good condition. The hotel is clean, neat and very comfortable. The bathroom is nice sized with separate areas for the sink, tub and toilet. The staff is helpful, friendly, and make you feel welcome. The free breakfast is standard hotel breakfast fare, but it's nice to have. The only concern I have with this hotel is the slow speed of the in-room internet. Had to use my own "hot spot" in order to be able to use my computer for business.

Rooms were clean and we love Andalusia and the area around. Stopped here on way to Destin. The staff was fine but breakfast was weak. They had a baseball tournament I area and hotel was full. Went to eat at 8:30 and breakfast was till 9:30. Waffles and cereal was all there was left. Not sure if poor planning or what. OJ was watered down so couldn't drink it. Great location and rooms were fine. Just disappointed in breakfast.

Very clean hotel and caring staff. Internet service not so great in the rooms. Would recommend staying there if your in the area as it is a well cared for hotel . I would stay there again. The breakfast is small, but as much as most places have.

Hotel was adequate, bed was comfortable room clean, check in staff not friendly, and breakfast weak at best. I my opinion not the most important think but if your going to offer should be offer your best. Hotel lobby is under construction and I'm sure will look nice once complete.

Very crisp and clean rooms at this place. It was a pleasant surprise because I have not witnessed that in small towns before. It looks like the rooms were just refurbished and were incredibly nice and comfortable. Very nice hotel staff too. You can tell the owner is involved in this palce.

Short notice trip for sad occasion, made a better by a comfortable stay at a clean hotel. The cost was was also a good value and the location was not to far from the highways.The breakfast was okay, I would recommend this hotel to others

I would definitely stay at the Best Western in Andalusia, AL the next time I have an opportunity to visit. Great location, not noisy and the beds are extremely comfortable. I was there for my 30 year high school reunion and it was very close to all of the events and venues.

The Hotel is very comfortable and has been renovated in the last year. However when you walk in the checkin area looks glummy and somewhat drity. Also in this area you have the breakfast area and what an area it is. Dark, the food is against the wall a small walkway enough room for one person. So when you have the guest arrive you are stepping on top of each other. The Kaffee here, the PAPER Plats stacked sideways, the silver on the other end, in the middle you have the waffle machine, next the toaster and over the toaster the micro. I am not sure how many rooms this hotel has, however there are 3 little bristo tables with 2 chairs each.so standing room only for breakfast. It looks like you in a Stall. Food looked like it has been there and back. I should say it was a Saturday morning. Maybe we were lucky. However if you walk outside you see the owners Porsche SUV parked in front of the Hotel.Ok I go to the Huddle House next time and have breakfast, however will stay again at this place

Someone must have left the door open for something, the rooms was full of fly's upon check in. Killed 15 / 20 in 3 nights. When I told front desk clerk, she says " oh yea, the maid said your room was full of fly's!!!!! " And the breakfast sux for a lack of better terms.

People were fine, room was okay, did see a couple bugs on floor in bathroom first morning. That was upsetting, baby roaches? Breakfast bar was normal Best Western Meal. Decent. They put it up on time though, better get their before they close it.

I wouldn't mind staying here again. Walking into our room it looked very clean and smelled clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a prefect place to stay a night on our road trip to Florida.
